Interacting with Extraterrestrials after Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure

Citizen Hearing and Galactic DiplomacyI agree with Dr. Michael Salla. This is the begining of a new phase in Exopolitics. It’s time to become more active in Galactic Diplomacy. At the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure (which took place at the National Press Club in Washington, DC with high professionalism, honor, heroism and quality) the former U.S. congressmen and consgresswomen that heard and questioned the highly credible witnesses and researchers (between April 29 and May 3rd) basically suggested that one or more Latin American countries (already possessing more flexible and open UFO research attitudes than the U.S. oficial position of blank denial and suppression) could -as members of the United Nations- request to the UN: 1) The establishment of a permanent research office to investigate all aspects not only of “UFOs” as a curious, anomalous, statistical phenomenon but also the social, political, cultural, scientific implications of a (varied) intelligent extraterrestrial presence active throughout the globe and affecting every nation in one way or another. 2) An International (UFO Extraterrestrial Presence-Exopolitical) Conference to deal with this matter more  seriously and to establish its credibility and importance among other world political leaders, cultural leaders, scientists, religious leaders, etc. In my view, these proposals will be successfully accomplished only in relation to every demonstration of increased cooperation among countries (leaders and citizens) which have not always had a relationship of complete trust and have tended to see themselves as potential enemies positioning themselves under competing geo-strategic alliances. The ET presence/Exopolitics will  demand greater, step-by-step united world efforts helping us to overcome nationalist differences. It’s a new series of challenges to become a more mature, cosmic civilization.

Attorney Daniel Sheehan also suggested to include the idea that, since technologies have been withheld from countries even if these could diminish the effects of global problems like Global Warming which seriously threatens member states (specially island nations), there would be grounds for the UN to become more active in extraterrestrial issues. I suggested the Maldives as a posible partner for the Latin American countries willing to act alone or in unison in the UN on this matters because one of its democratically elected presidents has been quite active in anti Greenhouse gasses legislation and might be interested in alternative tech. However, I think that some of the ET technology acquired through retro-engineering might be fine to reveal to the whole world but those elements that imply a greater level of maturity to handle with safety and which should not fall into violent or extremist hands should be withheld until humanity starts functioning under more evolved, inclusive or integral worldviews. Nonetheless, this research should be overseen and not allowed to be misused. Thus, education (especially on the nature of reality and derived ethics) is paramount to long term success. People should know that both science and religión don’t have to be destroyed but expanded and deepened. People should know that human life can be improved with knowledge of cosmic principles.

The problem would be 1) Latin American leaders becoming well-informed to be able to seriously recognizing the importance of the situation so as to set aside their local and regional differences and work to understand a global situation. While many leaders are noble in purpose, many still maintain the old tradition of taking advantage of others and of competing against each other by any means. They need vision and realizing that their worldviews do not correspond anymore to the many global problems we are facing. 2) Unity of purpose for a noble cause among these leaders.  It would be easier and more expedited if the presidents of these nations took the initiative at the UN rather than proposing this to their respective congresses and start a slow step by step process. These presidents are mired in many social problems in a (often cut-throat) competitive political environment in which their opponents will try to find any weakness to destroy their public images. Thus they need to be informed by credible witnesses and researchers and educated first into the basics and then into the complex ET presence reality approximately like the former senators at the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure were.
Galactic Citizen Diplomacy deserves all levels of engagement as Humanity is represented by everyone: Individual, United Nations, and country by country. The importance of well-intended, psychologically-balanced and objective private citizens having contacts with extraterrestrial intelligences respectful of our conscious choices is increasing.

We have the opportunity to start a new era of contacts and mutually respectful relations first with well-chosen, specific extraterrestrial civilizations. Then we can assist those that currently don’t seem to integrally respect us. A healing, conciliatory approach is needed. Thus next step is to be informed as to who is who among extraterrestrial intelligences; not to proceed in a xenophobic way, but to wisely (and I want to use the word “lovingly”) choose who are more convenient to contact on purpose and in relation to our highest ideals in order to grow in awareness unobtrusively and to gradually develop our humanity’s full potentials in a benign, mutually respectful manner. We need to know what mistakes and abuses were committed by “them” in our past and to forgive and reconcile with all our cosmic relatives. In the same vein, we must learn to forgive and reconcile with overzealous information controllers and enforcers “in the know” who committed abuses acting on our behalf or on behalf of more private interests, or, even on behalf of deceptive extraterrestrial entities. Richard Dolan’s reflections on what Disclosure and After Disclosure may entail can be helpful. A “witch hunt” will probably do more harm tan good.

Objectively analyzing much experiencer’s/witness testimony which can be cross-referenced with other testimonies, verified with released or leaked documents and with whistleblowers shows that there are many different types of intelligent ET life forms functioning with different, histories, attitudes, inclinations, procedures, interests level of technology and even the ability to reach into higher realms in order to generate effects in lower realms and to me it is clear that every reductionist, polarized view about them will be self-deceptive. We need an integral approach to study this complexity. They are neither saviors nor demons but beings which act towards us in ways that are kind and in ways that are less tan kind judging from our own our perspectives. However, we must choose how we want to be treated and, thus, we must become aware of who we are, who they are and what is the real history behind this interaction.  It is not a matter of all or nothing, black or white.

If we have not been “invaded” as in a typical Hollywood movie this doesn’t necessarily prove that some varieties of ET beings wouldn’t do it if they could, were the only ones coming to Earth or were allowed. But exopolitically-speaking, most likely they operate under their own collective engagement rules. Under these (for instance if unconscious acceptance were valid under engagement rules), the “invasions” could be subtler (as we come to accept certain groups instead of others) rather than overt as -in the latter case- the interests which many different groups of ETs have with respect to humanity (genetic, our mental-creational capacity, emotional, spiritual, energetic, etc) would be mutually challenged. Thus, my opinions is that no particular group or Alliance can exceed certain limits and all which are allowed to intervene may have a historical precedence and right to do so (in Galactic Exopolitical terms). According to how us or our representatives choose to engage different extraterrestrial groups (some of which may subtly deceive us if we subconsciously accept their principles) may increase the probabilities of humanity taking certain course of events.

Private citizens can and should engage in strengthening contact in a mature, caring, lofty manner. The more we become aware of this ET Presence reality and of our great potentials (coveted by different ET groups both in aggressive and respectful manners) the less we’ll be used as simple resources by some more aggressive varieties of these beings (some of which may be atrophied). In my view, we should more actively seek out to strengthen political citizen diplomacy (and oficial political diplomacy) with beings like those that were -at least partially- rejected in the 1950’s and 60’s because they did not offer technology in exchange of being allowed to conduct their projects covertly. These “space brother” types offered teachings (the expansión of philosophy and theology which attorney Daniel Sheehan advocated as important to develop a new ethics and more advanced worldviews). These latter civilizations (many of which looked human but which do not necessarily have to be human) offered a profound transformative possibility to improve ourselves (not imposing it on us) through our own efforts by learning about the spiritual and organizational principles of the Universe. There still are some few persons contacting them; some of them are in Latin America, although some in Latin America some persons may also be contacting deceiving ET types. However, I think we should increase our relations or “Galactic Diplomacy” with respectful extraterrestrials, not only to learn deeper principles about Life but to overcome our current cultural levels of nihilism, commercialism, materialism, relativism, cynicism and self-absorption but to be more properly allied with a protective, benevolent group.

While I realize that in the 1940’s there were some good reasons to establish a highly secret policy (for genuine patriotic reasons also to gain some time trying to figure out who’s who and to learn about some of the ET technology), leaving it all in the hands of those “in the loop” managing this knowledge without checks and balances and the participation of well-meaning, capable intellectuals, spiritual leaders and such also leads to a misrepresentation of humanity at large in the politics of the Universe. The rights a President has to generate an Executive Order was given by the People through its representatives in an assembly or “congress”and it is of lower legal priority than the Law-giving of the Congress and the People. We shouldn’t allow a break-away civilization generated after secret investigations and managing culturally differentiating technology to impose a “might makes right” exopolitics on the rest of us. We need to get involved in Galactic Diplomacy.

Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET

Front-coverGalactic Diplomacy is a new book that introduces first hand witness and whistleblower testimonies revealing that the USA, Britain, Russia and other major national governments have been secretly conducting, or known about, diplomatic relations with different extraterrestrial civilizations since at least 1952. These testimonies reveal that ‘galactic diplomacy’ (aka ‘exodiplomacy’) with extraterrestrial visitors began with discussions over the development of thermonuclear weapons, the first of which was detonated by the Truman administration in November, 1952. Diplomatic discussions then expanded to include issues such as technology development, alien bases, extraterrestrials living on Earth, human rights, and use of earth resources. In frustration over lack of government transparency with their citizens, some extraterrestrials began contacting private citizens to inform them of the true nature of alien activities on Earth, and diplomatic relations with governments. Extraterrestrial life has been discovered, and senior national security officials have been reticent to disclose this fact not only to their citizens, but to most elected representatives. While the traditional approach among UFO researchers has been to accumulate further evidence to indisputably prove the existence of UFOs and the extraterrestrial hypothesis, after seven decades of officially sanctioned deception, such an approach is no longer suitable. The information age makes available the evidence of visiting extraterrestrial life at any computer terminal around the world. A new approach to the massive evidentiary pool is necessary.

Galactic Diplomacy prepares the reader for the fact that technologically advanced extraterrestrial life exists, and has been visiting our planet since at least the 1940’s. This fact has been kept secret by a carefully orchestrated set of policies developed by national security officials with the historic support of a small select group of elected government representatives. These policies are implemented in highly classified compartmentalized programs with strict need-to-know security provisions in place. This means that the vast majority of government, military and corporate officials are simply out of the loop on the extraterrestrial issue.

Not only have select governmental authorities deceived their citizens and peers about extraterrestrial life, but major governments led by the U.S. have secretly entered into direct diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial life. Most disturbing is evidence that some major governments, principally the U.S., have entered into secret agreements with some extraterrestrial groups that have de facto ‘treaty’ status. Some of these agreements concern the acquisition and development of extraterrestrial technology, and their advanced knowledge, found around the world or in outer space.

“Galactic diplomacy” – which I use as a synonym for “exodiplomacy” – is currently a highly classified national security program where a select group of authorized government, military and corporate officials, are secretly meeting to discuss extraterrestrial life and technology. In some cases, these officials are communicating directly with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations.

The reader has basically three choices given the startling evidence that galactic diplomacy is secretly occurring. The first is to dismiss testimonial evidence of extraterrestrial life, and tacitly allow select government authorities to indefinitely continue their secret galactic diplomacy. Debunkers typically raise the cliché “extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof,” and proceed to establish an extraordinarily high standard for accepting any evidence as admissible on the issue of extraterrestrial life. They then proceed to debunk all evidence for alien visitors to our world on the basis that none of the testimonial evidence reaches the extraordinarily high standards required to prove “extraordinary claims.” Yet, truth remains true even when one is unable to prove it. Eyewitness testimony doesn’t cease to be evidence simply because a witness or whistleblower can’t prove what they saw or experienced.

Exposing governmental agreements concerning or directly involving extraterrestrial life is the second choice before us given the evidence that galactic diplomacy is secretly occurring. Becoming active in a global process to pressure government authorities to disclose all they know about alien life and technology, will be the preferred choice of many once the evidence persuades them.

The third choice is the most proactive. It invites the reader to seriously contemplate becoming active in a citizen based diplomatic outreach with extraterrestrial civilizations visiting our planet. This choice will appeal to many who are disheartened by the depth of deception by select national security authorities over the existence of extraterrestrial life.

Galactic Diplomacy is a book that assists those attracted to the second and third choices over how to react to the exodiplomacy that has been occurring. Those desiring to expose secret governmental activity in diplomatic relations concerning extraterrestrial life, will be given the necessary basic information tools to hold responsible government, military and corporate officials accountable for past policies, and to ensure governmental transparency in the future. Alternatively, those desiring to become active in citizen diplomacy initiatives will be given essential information for discerning the motivations and activities of visiting extraterrestrial civilizations. This is indispensable for practicing a citizen based form of galactic diplomacy.

Getting to Yes is the title of a popular book in the field of conflict resolution that reveals how to conduct negotiations based on recognizing all the parties “needs” or “vital interests”, rather than positions. A necessary first step is recognizing the needs of all parties in a negotiation, and having them adequately represented. In “principled negotiations”, all parties interests are represented. When it comes to the visitation of extraterrestrial life, testimonial evidence reveals that private citizens are a party whose vital interests in secret negotiations have not been represented at all. This indicates that secret negotiations are “unprincipled” according to the model developed in Getting to Yes.

“Getting to Yes with ET” is consequently not solely diplomatic activity secretly pursued by government, military and corporate entities from around the world, but an inalienable right that belongs to private citizens. Private citizens have a right to have their interests directly represented in any negotiations where their vital interests are involved. In the United States, this is recognized in the Constitution where diplomatic agreements require ratification by the two thirds of the U.S. Senate which directly represents the interests of private citizens. Private citizens have an inherent right in being directly represented and/or participating in any decisions over who among the various extraterrestrial visitors are willing to satisfy our vital interests in any diplomatic agreements. Guaranteeing a direct role of private citizens in any agreements reached with extraterrestrial civilizations will ensure that our vital interests are met, and we properly evolve as a planetary civilization. Eisenhower threatened to invade Area 51 former US Congress members hear testimony

Eisenhower threat to invade Area 51In sensational testimony submitted on the final day of the Citizen Hearing on [UFO] Disclosure, six former members of the U.S. Congress heard from a former CIA agent about an incident involving President Eisenhower and extraterrestrials. In a video testimony played today before the retired US Congress members, the agent alleged that President Eisenhower sought to gain information from a secret control group called MJ-12 about alien related projects at a facility near Area 51 called S-4, both of which are located in a remote region of Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. When denied the requested information, Eisenhower allegedly authorized a personal message that the agent and his immediate superior would deliver to those in charge at Area 51 and S-4. The message was a direct threat that he would authorize a military invasion of Area 51 and S-4 if his request for information was not carried out.

The former CIA agent is currently aged 77 and suffering from acute kidney problems and has only several months to live. A 15 minutes segment was played out of a longer interview where he went on the public record about how he was recruited by a senior CIA operative located out of Langley, Virginia to work with the CIA on the issue of extraterrestrial life. At the time of his recruitment in 1958, he had just completed training at the US Army Signal Training Center, and began working as an Army cryptologist. He said that he was recruited by the CIA operative because it would give him significantly more money than he was earning in the Army. His first assignment was to examine files on UFOs and extraterrestrial life submitted from USAF base at Fort Belvoir, which were different to the Project Blue Book files studied at Wright Patterson Air Force Base that were eventually released to the general public.

In response to questions from UFO historian Richard Dolan, the former CIA agent went on to explain how in 1958, he and his boss – the CIA operative – were summoned by President Eisenhower to the Oval Office. The President, who was accompanied by Vice-President Nixon, told the agent and his boss that he was trying to get information about efforts to learn about extraterrestrial life and technology. The agent said that according to President Eisenhower: “MJ-12 was supposed to find out, but they never sent reports to him.” The CIA agent said he and his boss were called into the Oval Office”. President Eisenhower said:

We called the people in from MJ-12, from Area 51 and S-4, but they told us that the government had no jurisdiction over what they were doing…. I want you and your boss to fly out there. I want you to give them a personal message…. I want you to tell them, whoever is in charge, I want you to tell them that they have this coming week to get into Washington and to report to me. And if they don’t, I’m going to get the First Army from Colorado. we are going to go over take the base over. I don’t care what kind of classified material you got. We are going to rip this thing apart.”

In response to Dolan’s question, “Eisenhower was going to invade Area 51”, the CIA agent confirmed that Eisenhower indeed planned to so with the First Army.

After traveling to Area 51 and S-4, the CIA agent said that he saw several garage type doors with flying saucers in them. He described seeing a Gray alien at the S-4 facility that his boss “partially interviewed”. Upon returning to the White House, the agent and his boss relayed what they had seen at S-4. Significantly, the FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, was also present during the debriefing of the CIA agent and his boss over what they had witnessed at S-4 and Area-51. According to the CIA agent, Eisenhower was shocked.

The testimony of the CIA agent was admitted into the Citizen Hearing by the main organizer, Stephen Bassett, since he thought it was credible based on the research of Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan. The CIA agent’s testimony yields important insights among which include:

  1. President Eisenhower had lost control of extraterrestrial related projects to a control group called MJ-12. This is precisely what Stephen Lovekin, who served in the White House Army Signals Corps, said motivated Eisenhower to give his departing Military-Industrial Complex speech in January 1961.
  2. The CIA was tasked with the study of extraterrestrial life and technology, and had access to USAF files located at Fort Belvoir. This helps confirms leaked Majestic documents that President Kennedy first approached the CIA to get access to MJ-12 documents dealing with UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
  3. Extraterrestrial technology was being studied at a secret facility, S-4, located near Area 51. This helps confirm the testimony of Robert Lazar who was the first to describe the secretive facility S-4 facility having several extraterrestrial vehicles in them.
  4. An extraterrestrial, a Gray, was secretly being housed at the S-4 facility. This helps confirm the testimony of witnesses such as Bill Uhouse that aliens were assisting engineers working on black projects attempting to reverse engineer alien propulsion technologies.

Citizen Hearing on UFO Disclosure – Will the US Congress act?

Today began the Citizen Hearing on (UFO) Disclosure at the National Press Club. Six former members of the US Congress began hearing 40 witnesses and experts reveal what they know about UFOs, and the extraterrestrial hypothesis – that some UFOs are interplanetary spacecraft. In the first two panels, four experts in each testified about the history of the UFO phenomenon and the likelihood that they are guided by an extraterrestrial intelligence. The event is being live streamed to the world. For organizer Stephen Bassett the hearings aim to stimulate the U.S. Congress to investigate the issue of UFOs, and whether they are alien in origin. The ultimate goal for Bassett is to pressure the executive branch of the US government to disclose what they know about UFOs, extraterrestrial life and technology, and lift what he calls the “government truth embargo.”

The motto for the Citizen Hearing is: “If the Congress won’t do it’s job, the people will.” The Citizen Hearing hopes to progress beyond earlier UFO disclosure related events at the National Press club – the first was in May 2001 – and get the U.S. Congress to act. Unlike earlier UFO events which were hold over a two hour period or so, the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure will last five full days. The former Congressional members will hear 30 hours of witness and expert testimony on UFOs, and the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Bassett succeeded in raising over a million dollars to fund his Citizen Hearing and related projects. Each Congressional member is being paid $20,000 which is a nice paycheck to hear people speak passionately about a topic that the former member may have had little active interest or knowledge about previously. This has led to some criticism, but so far Bassett appears vindicated insofar as the former Congress members have demonstrated keen insights into the political process and what is feasible in getting the current U.S. Congress take the UFO issue seriously.

The common element for the witnesses and experts is that the UFO phenomenon is very real, and raises profound questions about the occupants and their intentions. Are they extraterrestrials, interdimensionals, time travelers or something else? Why are they here, what are they trying to achieve by flying in our skies, and why has there been an official cover-up of this information? In the first two panels, the experts focused on the physical and documentary evidence to substantiate what they know about UFOs, and offered helpful insights into questions about the occupants of UFOs and their intentions.

The Congressional members agreed with the approach taken by the experts, and asked about the physical evidence of UFOs and whether it could be submitted for the public record. Interestingly, the role of religion came up a few times in discussions. It appeared that religion offered a means of moving forward on UFO disclosure, in the face of official political resistance. One of the experts, Daniel Sheehan, a former legal counsel to the Jesuit headquarters in Washington DC pointed out the Vatican’s interest in UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Now that we have a Jesuit Pope, Francis 1, the Vatican could play the lead role in disclosing the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation as Congressional members suggested. Indeed a recent book, Exovaticana, argues that the Catholic Church plans to do precisely this.

All the members of Congress appeared genuinely impressed by the quality of the expert testimony and the range of official documents available for public review. By lunch time of the first day, the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure already has succeeded in getting evidence of UFOs and the extraterrestrial hypothesis taken seriously, at least by former members of the U.S. Congress.

MSNBC Recognizes the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure. Who Will Follow Suit?

image002On April 12, 2013, The Rachel Maddow Show from MSNBC gave us a full segment on the upcoming Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure to be held in Washington DC between April 29 and May 5, 2013. Her segment was titled “Watch This Space”  and mentioned that, not long ago, the White House was forced to respond (after receiving 12,000 signatures) to a “We the People Petition” to reveal an extraterrestrial presence visiting Earth. While the White House’s Office of  Science & Technology Policy responded in the negative in that “there is no credible evidence” for this.  Could it be that the White House will indefinitely represent the policy of official denial in a world in which Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Belgium, England and other countries are revealing part of the UFO report files? Can a simple denial from an Office (which  probably is neither informed, or has cared to carefully investigate) appease the general citizenry (perhaps for a few more decades) and that’s about it?

Probably, official denial won’t hold too much water this time as a 5-day marathon fake hearing in a room configured at the National Press Club to resemble a Senate hearing with the participation of 5 genuine former members of Congress.  This event invites us all who are convinced that there is serious credible evidence of the extraterrestrial presence to support -as Ed Komarek says-our leaders for them to come out finding the courage to treat this subject seriously. We should be healing, rather than negative about our leaders since we are all part of the same human situation facing an eye-opening reality. It is a big step for our leaders to take as initially worldviews are questioned and “orthodox” science (it wouldn’t be likely for ETs  to get here they say) which is the official “common sense” standard for most institutionally-focused persons would also be questioned.   However as Rachel Maddow showed (taking an honest initiative among the large U.S. networks), it may take a make believe congressional hearing to allow the Government to take notice move on with the issue (as the U.S. is one of the world’s last holdouts of official government denial of a major country’s interest in the UFO phenomenon).

This is news as it may well be a sure-footed beginning…not unlike taking a first step into a new direction that can change the destiny of a major journey; a first long-lasting, political-cultural step towards recognizing the legitimacy and respect for the issue of the many important (legal, scientific, philosophical, spiritual, political) implications of a genuine extraterrestrial presence. More news networks and opinion-guiding institutions should follow (unless told to keep away or to downplay it?) in one way or another even if their spoke persons -by training and habit- may still attempt to throw to us a reaction-provoking, tongue-and-cheek style, either to dismiss or simply to create a form of controversy.  Bryce Zabel and Richard Dolan’s analytically-adequate book A.D. (After Disclosure) might also become newsworthy, at least among the next generation of the daring intelligentsia trying to catch up with the Exopolitical issues that should have been recognized about 65 years ago (and are already being seriously discussed by individuals like Michael E. Salla and Manuel Lamiroy).

Rachel Maddow announced that the five former senators will be paid $ 20,000 each to conduct the hearings. I don’t know about that detail but I know that the witnesses in general are seriously reporting very real -even if incredible- aspects of a worldwide phenomenon that could be admitted in many objective and impartial courts and that has been officially and non-officially recognized since the 1940’s but which, in spite of enormous amounts of adequate evidence (including physically analyzed alien implants ) it has been largely ignored, debunked, laughed at and distorted by most of our cultural, political, scientific and religious leaders.  Let’s study the whole of the Exopolitical phenomena inclusively, both in its objective and in its qualitative aspects.

Other important pro-disclosure events (like Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project gathering of important witnesses in 2001 at the National Press Club) have taken place and interest has peaked and subsided as the media gave a lukewarm coverage to them. However, Larry King from CNN was valiant enough to interview several key witnesses as well. This time there is a greater opportunity for the issue to cease being in the entertaining fringe boondocks of Fantasia and to gradually (or even sooner) become a cultural “meme” as seriously considered as the national debt or other normal political concerns. The more respectable individuals like former Canadian Minister of Defence Paul Hellyer speak up, the less movers and shakers and regular folk will try to look the other way (so as to look respectable within formal culture). The less the issue elicits smirks, fear, denial or excessive, blinding enthusiasm , the more we’ll be able to collectively deal with its implications, change our selves on purpose as adults and (literally) soar to the Cosmos. My take on this is that dangerous technological secrets (one of the valid reasons for the cover-up/truth embargo) will still be kept for quite some time and -after some degree of official disclosure- we will continue with our lives while gradually opening up to a whole new world in which science, metaphysics and spirituality are seen as a more complete kind of knowledge.  Moreover, the possibility of strengthening positive, mutually-respectful relations with conscious human choice-respecting varieties of ETs could also come to fruition as this option would be in the natural interest of most people on Earth.

April Will Be A Good Month For UFO/ET Disclosure

8d833e9e625d3acc239aabdd12d803aaApril is shaping up to be a good month for UFO/ET disclosure.  Many of us in the UFO/ET community now realize that appealing to governments to disclose is not going to work, and that it’s up to an informed public to disclose.  We believe that western governments will not disclose on their own because they are mostly being controlled by a Bilderberg global elite and their corporations.  This elite privileged class is composed of European royalty, international bankers, industrialists and international corporations.        We believe that the evidence from whistle-blower testimony clearly shows that trillions of dollars have been made the past 70 years from reverse engineering some ET technology, and suppression of other technology.  This process of technological insertion into defense and the marketplace is described very well by Col Corso in his book The Day After Roswell.
This 70 year old extraterrestrial technological bonanza has added immensely to elite financial and political power over the rest of us driving us toward an Orwellian New World Order.  Therefore there has been a very strong incentive by powerful global special interests to drag out the cover-up as long as possible to maintain these tech monopolies, even while falsely claiming national security issues.
Fortunately for the global public the Russian Oligarchy has lost a lot of ground to the Western Oligarchy since the breakup of the USSR.  The Russian elite now realize that the Western Oligarchy derives a lot of its power from exploiting and suppressing extraterrestrial technologies and that disclosure would weaken this power.  April has begun with the circulation of the reasonably accurate Russian UFO/ET documentary Men in Black with English subtitles on the Internet.  This has followed serious disclosure comments by Russian President Medvedev.

Medvedev referred the press to the Russian Men in Black movie months ago in an indirect endorsement of the documentary.  The Western press thought and reported that he was joking, thinking he was talking about the American comedy Men in Black.  However, you can see from this video clip that he was very serious.
On April 21 Dr. Steven Greer will be introducing to the public his long awaited UFO disclosure documentary called Sirius in Los Angles California.   We expect that Steve will describe in great detail the reasons behind the UFO cover-up in this cloud financed movie documentary.   Therefore this effort should really help take a bite out of the cover-up.

Furthermore, Steven Greer makes it very clear that it is the Global Elite who are now the overriding force behind the UFO/ET cover-up.  There is controversy surrounding a very small human or

.  Also some donors are upset because they felt they were contributing to a disclosure film not to be used as a marketing tool to solicit more funds for Sirius activities.
From April 29 to May 3, 2013 Exopolitical activist Steve Bassett will hold a citizens hearing in the Washington Press Club building that will bring a large number of UFO/ET whistle-blowers to testify to the mainstream press and to sitting and retired members of Congress.  Like Sirius this has been a very expensive undertaking that should really help build public and press awareness to helping with the disclosure process.   The controversy in this case is about the failure to disclose how much the participants in hearing are being paid.  It is being alleged that many of the participants in this hearing are being paid beyond expenses.
Already this month retired Airman Charles Hall has been on the lecture circuit in Australia describing his experiences with the Tall White extraterrestrials while working at Nellis AFB in the early 1960s.  Charles has written 4 books on the Tall Whites and now is promoting his new book on what he knows of the Greys.  Charles got mainstream coverage before the trip in Australia.
Not to be left out, I too am promoting my own modest low budget UFO/ET disclosure.  My disclosure efforts now center around a free Kindle promotion in which I am allowed 5 days every three month cycle to promote my disclosure book UFOs, Exopolitics and the New World Disorder free on Kindle.  It will be free on April 13, 14, and 15.  I will be on Richard Dolan’s radio show 9-11 EST, Saturday April 13. The nice thing about this modest disclosure effort is that no donations are required.  I only hope that people who have benefited from the book will repost in the social networks, so even more people can benefit beyond those I reach myself.

Pope Francis to announce extraterrestrial savior according to new book

ExoVaticanaNew-350pxYesterday Pope Francis I celebrated his first Easter Mass as the leader of the world’s 1.2 billion Roman Catholics. In his first “Urbi et Orbi” speech – Latin for “to the city [of Rome] and the world” – he called for peace in the Middle East; an end to human trafficking and greed; preventing the exploitation of natural resources; and protecting animals by becoming “responsible guardians of creation.” The Pope normally gives two Urbi et Orbi speeches each year where he deals with major challenges faced by the world and Christendom. In a future speech it has been predicted that he will discuss a unique challenge that the world faces according to the authors of a new book. In Exovaticana, Chris Putnam and Tom Horn predict that the new Pope, Francis I, will soon announce the existence of extraterrestrial life, among whom an alien savior will emerge to reinvigorate Christian teachings!

Putnam and Horn, successfully predicted in their last book, the best-selling Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope is Here, that Pope Benedict would resign rather than die in office. They based their prediction on St Malachy’s, Prophecy of the Popes. According to Putnam and Horn, Francis is the final Pope, “Petrus Romanus”, who will oversee the dissolution of the Catholic Church as predicted in St Malachy’s prophecy, by announcing an extraterrestrial savior.

Putnam and Horn claim to have documented the research and evidence supporting their startling prediction in their new book, Exovaticano – advance orders of which have already rocketed it into Amazon’s best seller lists for its April 15 release. On their website and in Exovaticano, they claim that the Catholic Church hierarchy plans to announce an extraterrestrial savior who will usher in a new world spiritual belief system that supplants traditional Christianity and organized religion. Putnam’s and Horn’s research is based on interviews with Catholic scholars and scientists who were willing to discuss the Prophecy of the Popes and the possibility of extraterrestrial life.

Among the Catholic researchers interviewed is Dr Guy Consolmagno, a Jesuit and Vatican astronomer who generated much press interest in 2010 for his views on alien life. He said: “Any entity – no matter how many tentacles it has – has a soul.” When asked if he would baptize an alien, Consolmagno replied: “Only if they asked.” Putnam and Horn cite a difficult to find document written by Consolmagno who makes a remarkable claim about the relationship between Jesus and extraterrestrial life:

Perhaps it’s not so far-fetched to see the Second Person of the Trinity, the Word, Who was present “In the beginning” (John 1: l), coming to lay down His life and take it up again (John 10: 18) not only as the Son of Man but also as a Child of other races?

At first reading, it appears as though Consolmagno is suggesting that Jesus may have been the “Star-Child of an alien race” as Putnam and Horn suggest. On re-reading Consolmagno’s quote, it appears that he is instead claiming that the second aspect of the Holy Trinity that was personified in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, may be recognized as relevant to other worlds and races. This would make it possible for Consolmagno to baptize aliens, even on their own worlds. If Jesus divinity is recognized by extraterrestrial races, and expressed in a unique way by them, then it is easy to understand why Consolmagno believes that contemporary society will “look to the Aliens to be the Saviors of humankind.”

Consolmagno, as Putnam and Horn make clear, is no rogue priest making wild theological pronouncements about alien life. Consolmagno’s boss and Chief Vatican Astronomer, Dr Gabriel Funes, stunned the world in May 2008 when he revealed that it is acceptable for Catholics to openly contemplate extraterrestrial life. In an interview he said:

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom… “Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation…

Both Funes and Consolmagno are scientific advisors to the Pope and advise him on all matters concerning astronomy – which includes the likelihood of a future discovery of extraterrestrial life.

It’s inconceivable that both Funes and Consolmagno would have been able to make public their beliefs about extraterrestrial life without the approval of the previous Pope, Benedict XVI. It is highly likely that the Vatican astronomers will continue to be given permission to make statements about extraterrestrial life and its theological implications. So is it pure science driving these statements from Vatican astronomers or something else?

Funes and Consolmagno are best known among the scientific community for organizing an astrobiology conference on the grounds of the Vatican in November, 2009. The conference contemplated the consequences of the latest scientific advances which was made possible the discovery of exoplanets. A process that according to many astronomers makes the discovery of extraterrestrial life a question of “when” rather than “if”. For example, Dr Chris Impey from the University of Arizona’s Astronomy Department said at the 2009 conference:

As scientists gather to discuss progress in astrobiology, we still only know of one planet with life: our own. But there is a palpable expectation that the universe harbors life and there is hope that the first discovery is only a few years away.

It may be that Vatican astronomical interest is driven by the possibility of discovering extraterrestrial life on some distant exoplanet in the next few years. Not so according to Putnam and Horn. They contend that Vatican astronomers have already found evidence of extraterrestrial life, much closer to earth.

Putnam and Horn claim that the Vatican’s astronomical telescope (Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope) located at the Mt Graham Observatory, Arizona, is tracking something that has yet to be announced to the world. They quote from Father Malachi Martin, another Jesuit, who cryptically revealed something that was being tracked by Vatican astronomers that had great significance. In a 1997 interview on the popular radio program Coast to Coast AM, Martin said:

Because the mentality…amongst those who [are] at the…highest levels of Vatican administration and geopolitics, know…what’s going on in space, and what’s approaching us, could be of great import in the next five years, ten years.

On the question of what precisely is being tracked, Putnam and Horn claim that “people familiar with Malachi believe he may have been referring to a near-future arrival of alien intelligence.”

The aliens will be carrying with them a message that transforms Christianity from an earth-centric faith system into a new galactic faith that welcomes extraterrestrials as our “spiritual brothers”. Who will be the savior that emerges from the incoming extraterrestrial object secretly monitored by astronomers that, if Putnam and Horn are correct, the Vatican is preparing to soon announce in an “Urbi et Orbi” speech to the world?

Are aliens guarding President Obama?

A video recording from President Obama’s address at the 2012 AIPAC conference at the Washington Convention Center shows a mysterious looking figure among the Secret Service agents protecting him. From one camera angle, the figure looks uncannily like a tall Gray alien; with no noticeable ear, mouth or facial hair. From most other camera angles, the figure appears as a bald Secret Service agent who looks human enough. Not so according to a popular Youtube video that has over 330,000 hits since its March 13, 2013 release. The bald Secret Service agent is a shape shifting humanoid alien, and the video provides detailed analysis supporting its remarkable claim. So was it all just a trick a light, or did the camera capture something we weren’t supposed to see? In the 1988 science fiction movie classic, They Live, extraterrestrials live among humanity using advanced technology to hide their physical differences. Is it possible that the Secret Service employs aliens to protect President Obama, and uses some kind of advanced technology to hide them from the public eye?

The idea of the U.S. Secret Service employing aliens appears far-fetched, but it was only back on December 7, 2012 that Prime Minister Medvedev said in candid off-air comments that Russian Presidents are briefed on aliens living among us. He went on to add that a highly classified national security agency monitors aliens residing on Earth. Major media thought it was a case of Medvedev’s dry humor, and that he gave the joke away when he referred to the Hollywood Blockbuster, Men in Black. Yet Medvedev appeared to be referring to a Russian documentary instead, one produced by the same network that the female reporter who asked him the alien question worked for. In fact, the reporter asked the question because the network was working on another extraterrestrial related documentary. A disturbing possibility is that the meteor strike on Russia on February 15, 2013 was related to Medevedev’s candid off-air comments about aliens among us. A Russian Parliamentarian claimed that the meteor strike was a warning to the Russian government. Was it a warning that Russian needs to maintain secrecy about alien visitors? If Medvedev wasn’t joking, it is possible that aliens secretly living on Earth aren’t just monitored, but also employed in sensitive security positions like the U.S. Secret Service.

It’s a fact that advanced technologies such as invisibility have been developed for use in classified military projects for some time now. Proof-of-concept demonstrations in the open source literature are available for funding and development purposes by military contractors. Classified versions would predictably be far more advanced, and very likely have been operational for some time now. It’s reasonable to conclude that invisibility or related technologies are used by the Secret Service to make agents disappear, and/or alter their physical appearance. Consequently, Secret Service agents very likely use invisibility technology when protecting the President and other VIPs. Such technologies may also be used by any extraterrestrial aliens recruited into the Secret Service. Is President Obama being guarded by aliens, or was it all just a trick of light? You decide!

Historic interview reveals national security secrets learned from extraterrestrials

giant-rock-movieAn historic television interview with George Van Tassel recorded in June 1964 reveals a number of technologies that have been secretly developed by the U.S. Air Force and Navy based on information first gained from extraterrestrial visitors. Among the national security secrets revealed by Van Tassel is that the U.S. Air Force has possessed antigravity technology since at least 1956. Van Tassel claims to have witnessed a practical demonstration of antigravity technology in 1953 when he was taken up into an extraterrestrial spacecraft that had landed at Giant Rock airport in California which he managed at the time. In the interview, Van Tassel further claims that technologies based on retrieving visual scenes from any time period, including television signals and even time travel itself, have been developed, and then classified for national security reasons by the U.S. Navy. Based on his extraterrestrial contact experiences, Van Tassel devoted great effort to developing time travel technology and expanding human longevity through the four stories tall “Integratron” he built at Giant Rock. He died of a heart attack in 1978, only weeks before the scheduled completion of his Integratron. Circumstances surrounding his death suggest that the knowledge he gained on extending human longevity, another topic with important national security implications, had been appropriated by U.S. authorities for secret development.

The television interview was conducted by Jack Webster from KVOS TV on June 18, 1964. Chief among Van Tassel’s claims is that he was taken up into an extraterrestrial spacecraft and given technological information by four space visitors that were human looking, and about 5’ 6” in height on August 24, 1953. One of the visitors was 700 years old according to Van Tassel. He was given a simple mathematical formula for time travel that directly correlated frequency with time in an inverse relationship. Remarkably, Van Tassel claims that the technology had subsequently been developed to view any visual scene from any time historic period. The technology was quickly classified by the U.S. Navy and the inventor was forced to work in a secret project. The time travel/viewing technology described by Van Tassel in his 1964 interview is similar to what was much later described as “Project Looking Glass” which whistleblowers claim to be run by the U.S. Navy.

The equation Van Tassel received from his 1953 extraterrestrial contact became the basis for his development of the Integraton, a four stories tall structure that would lead to cellular rejuvenation and increase human longevity. It was intended to be free and open to the general public. On the verge of completing his Integratron project in 1978, Van Tassel died in mysterious circumstances of a heart attack. Select U.S. government agencies then intervened to confiscate material and documents from his property. The Integratron project was then abandoned. Van Tassel’s pioneering research on cellular rejuvenation and human longevity was very likely absorbed into a highly classified project that again had important national security implications.

Finally, in the interview, Van Tassel also says he witnessed first-hand the antigravity technology of the extraterrestrial visitors who have had bases on the moon for centuries. Van Tassel also claimed that the US Air Force has developed antigravity technology in highly classified projects in 1956. Antigravity technology based on the principle of electrogravitics was discussed in open source scientific literature up until 1956 after which such research suddenly became highly classified. No more scientific studies had appeared after 1956. Van Tassel’s claim gives a plausible answer for the mysterious disappearance of antigravity research from open scientific literature. Government agencies had succeeded in demonstrating their practical value, and importance for national security. All subsequent open source or civilian efforts to develop antigravity technologies were either classified or repressed. In the case of Otis Carr, a disciple of Nikola Tesla, his own civilian based antigravity technology was repressed with terrible results. Carr was jailed on trumped up charges and it was only four decades later, in March 2006, that one of Carr’s technical assistants, Ralph Ring, came forward to reveal the truth. Carr had successfully developed antigravity technology, and was subsequently repressed by national agencies.

The 1964 television interview with Van Tassel is a classic that features that pioneering research of one of the most important contactees from the 1950s, and some of the knowledge that was acquired with extraterrestrial assistance. The interview reveals three of the most important national security secrets in the USA that have been developed for well over five decades; antigravity technology; cell regeneration and human longevity; and time travel /viewing of the past and future. A film based on the life of George Van Tassel is currently under production featuring Hollywood actor, Kevin Gage. The film, Giant Rock: The Greatest UFO Story Never Told, will reveal more details of Van Tassel’s knowledge of time travel, antigravity and rejuvenation – knowledge that has been secretly developed by select national security entities for almost six decades.

New scientific study claims extraterrestrial fossil found in Sri Lanka meteor

A team of scientists has released a paper in the March edition of the Journal of Cosmology supporting claims from an earlier study, that a meteorite that crashed in Sri Lanka in December 2012 contained extraterrestrial fossils. The initial paper, “Fossil Diatoms in a New Carbonaceous Meteorite,” was published in January 2013 and subjected to criticism that the diatom fossils (a form of algae) found in the meteor had been contaminated by earth water and the fossils were terrestrial in origin. The new study authored by a team of scientists from Cardiff University, University of Buckingham, and University of California San Diego, found that the rock was definitely a meteorite and that the meteor had not been contaminated, and the fossils in it were ancient. The new scientific study gives strong support to Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe’s theory of Panspermia, that ancient microbial life has spread throughout the galaxy by comets.

The new scientific study, “The Polonnaruwa Meteorite: Oxygen Isotope, Crystalline And Biological Composition,” appeared in the March 5 edition of the Journal of Cosmology. It was first reported on March 11 by Sebastian Anthony, in ExtremeTech, who claimed that the new study “is the strongest evidence yet of cometary panspermia.”

The March 5 study directly addressed the main criticism leveled against the January paper that the meteor rock samples were contaminated by Earth water, and that the Diatom fossils were of terrestrial origin. Professor Patrick Kociolek from the University of Colorado wrote a response to Phil Plait from Bad Astronomy that:

… the diversity present in the images represent a wide range of evolutionary history, such that the “source” of the diatoms from outer space, must have gone through the same evolutionary events as here on earth. There are no extinct taxa found, only ones we would find living today…for me it is a clear case of contamination with freshwater.

Plait and other critics used Kociolek’s claim that the meteor sample was contaminated by freshwater. Using a sophisticated testing process, the new study, however, conclusively dismissed the contamination thesis:

The presence of a number of carbonaceous biological structures exhibiting severe nitrogen depletion is highly indicative of ancient fossilised biological remains. Some of these were deeply integrated in the surrounding mineral matrix suggesting they could not have been recent terrestrial contaminants.

The March 5 study also addressed criticism that the Sri Lanka rock samples were not meteorites; it concluded:

We conclude that the oxygen isotope data show P1 59/001-03 and P/159001-04 are unequivocally meteorites, almost certainly fragments originating from the fireball-causing bolide. The most likely origin of this low density meteorite with delicate structures, some highly carbonaceous, is a comet.

This March 5 scientific study helps confirm Wickramasinghe’s theory of Panspermia which the authors themselves point out: “The presence of fossilized biological structures provides compelling evidence in support of the theory of cometary panspermia first proposed over thirty years ago.” The new study is sure to raise more scrutiny of the Sri Lankan meteor sample and the idea that life is quite common throughout the universe, and can be spread by comets.

It seems that in this year 2013 the number of good UFO sightings and videos is showing a rising trend. may this stimulate formal governments to take initiatives to begin disclosing some previously kept secrets in their own ways? In spite of so many earthly matters to be solved, how long can they hold on to denial without looking foolish? Some of these craft may even be from the so called "secret space program" as triangular vehicles (sometimes with bumps or strange protruberances) clearly seen and filmed also seem to be on the rise.

Is this a temporary wave or a trend that will last? Perhaps some otherworldlers want to show up a bit more in a purposeful manner to stimulate awareness and promt government(s) disclosure and yet perhaps others can't help it (due to changing physical-hyperphysical conditions linking ET physical densities with ours?). So far the year has started quite promising: 

If disclosure were to become inevitable due to a greater number of ET craft seen and filmed (for instance click here) let me venture into orienting suppositions: Most ETs may have something in common: An interest in our manifesting-creative potentials as a species. Perhaps these potentials are of such magnitude that they could even change our "visitors" realities right now. Perhaps only by being ignorant of our inherent power "they" are able to manipulate us. Thus we would definitely need to be educated about who we are as the "space brother" types allegedly suggested to Truman and Eisenhower in the 1950's also allegedly before certain varieties of reptilians and grays (and other less ethically lofty species) were semi-officially engaged into aliances with greater acceptance. Perhaps many patriots were trying to but time and to acquire technology. But perhaps this is now out of hand. If we recognize our spiritual and creative potentials and also essential spiritual and physical birthright (the highest reasons why we were seeded in the first place, even if we were interfered with afterwards), we won't feel the need to rely so much on technological advantage and manipulation out of false pride or fear and we will learn to act in accordance with our sovereignty.
 
As contactee material suggests some ET beings may be respectfully waiting to inform and educate us so we can realize what our greatest potential is all about and this may include eventually reaching spiritual levels of manifestation beyond our ET forefathers. Some other ET groups may care less and want to harvest us sooner than later being after our genetic, psychic and spiritual potentials in intrusive and -sometimes- subtly deceiving ways since we implicitly allow their interventions or "exopolitical intervention" consciously or unconsciously, by our secret craving for externally manipulating technologies (transdimensional or not), by holding on power intererests or by secret alliances (sometimes motivated by patriotic self-defense and sometimes by selfish power interests). Perhaps primarily self-serving ETs or desperate ETs with atrophies and other problems consider the fact that we don't display our rights as sovereign beings an exopolitical permission to come after us..after all, perhaps they or their ancestors donated and invested into our gene pool. . Perhaps our destroying ecosystems emboldens them to proceed even more. They seem to need our complex, multi-species potentials to reach a higher level of reality manipulation than what is available through their technology?
 
Are the main ET groups (perhaps 12 main genetic lines?) that allegedly seeded us claiming a right to intervene each in their own ways in their own ways for their own benefits. Their descendants or subgroups would also claim to have a right on this "harvest." However, actualizing that "right" would depend on how much awareness about our spiritual condition selves we have, want to have and-or how much awareness was suppressed by abusive interventions. There may be many factors to consider in "cosmic law" order to allow or not to allow different forms of intervention on our species. Our collective disrespect for the planet and our holding on to a state of ignorance (perhaps supported by a dumbing down negative educational programming) may even give them more rights under certain rules of intervention.If genuine ET crafts appearing in greater numbers are increasingly making some kind of disclosure inevitable may our governments and us choose a path that restores our sovereign rights and principled ideals.
 
Perhaps our greatest safety rests in discovering who we are and why there's so much cosmic interest around us. Let's not surrender hearts and souls to despair and cynicism but start educating ourselves with awareness, respect, love.

World leaders prepare for discovery of extraterrestrial life in 10 years

World Economic ForumIn Davos Switzerland, a prominent ski resort, the world’s business elite are meeting to discuss what to expect over the next 10 years. This year, the annual World Economic Forum meeting runs from January 23 to 27 and business leaders are joined by prominent politicians and central bankers. For 2013, an 80-page analysis of 50 risks for the next 10 years was distributed to attendees. The Global Risks 2013 report  is lengthy list of prognostications of what world leaders need to plan for to avoid “systemic shocks and catastrophic events”. Among the list are five X factors that according to the report, “no country alone can prevent.” One of the X factors is the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

The Global Risks 2013 report begins by outlining the importance of "national resilience" in response to anticipated global risks over the next 10 years:

Global risks would meet with global responses in an ideal world, but the reality is that countries and their communities are on the frontline when it comes to systemic shocks and catastrophic events. In an increasingly interdependent and hyperconnected world, one nation’s failure to address a global risk can have a ripple effect on others. Resilience to global risks – incorporating the ability to withstand, adapt and recover from shocks – is, therefore, becoming more critical. This special report is organized around two axioms:

  • Global risks are expressed at the national level. 
  • No country alone can prevent their occurrence.

The report goes on to explain ways in which world leaders can “share insights and ideas that improve national and organizational resilience to global risks.” 

Among the list of global risks are five X factors developed in collaboration with Nature, a leading science journal. The Global Risks 2013 report recommended readers “to consider a set of five X factors and reflect on what countries or companies should be doing to anticipate them.”

The last of the five X factors is the “Discovery of Alien Life”. The World Economic Forum report begins this section as follows:

Given the pace of space exploration, it is increasingly conceivable that we may discover the existence of alien life or other planets that could support human life. What would be the effects on science funding flows and humanity’s self-image?

The report goes on to explain:

It was only in 1995 that we first found evidence that other stars also have planets orbiting them. Now thousands of “exoplanets” revolving around distant stars have been detected. NASA’s Kepler mission to identify Earth-sized planets located in the “Goldilocks zone” (not too hot, not too cold) of sun-like stars has been operating for only three years and has already turned up thousands of candidates, including one the size of Earth. The fact that Kepler has found so many planet candidates in such a tiny fraction of the sky suggests that there are countless Earth-like planets orbiting sun-like stars in our galaxy. In 10 years’ time we may have evidence not only that Earth is not unique but also that life exists elsewhere in the universe.

What would be the national and global impact of such a discovery according to the Global Risks 2013 report?

The discovery would certainly be one of the biggest news stories of the year and interest would be intense. But it would not change the world immediately…. Over the long term, the psychological and philosophical implications of the discovery could be profound. If life forms (even fossilized life forms) are found in our solar system, for example, the origin of life is “easy” – that any place in the universe life can emerge, it will emerge. It will suggest that life is as natural and as ubiquitous a part of the universe as the stars and galaxies. The discovery of even simple life would fuel speculation about the existence of other intelligent beings and challenge many assumptions that underpin human philosophy and religion.

Through basic education and awareness campaigns, the general public can achieve a higher science and space literacy and cognitive resilience that would prepare them and prevent undesired social consequences of such a profound discovery and paradigm shift concerning humankind’s position in the universe.

What would be the “undesired social consequences of such a profound discovery?” For an answer, one can look to the 1961 Brookings Report that was commissioned by NASA and written by the Brookings Institution for eventual presentation to the US Congress. The Brookings Report, titled “Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs,” described an alarming scenario of what might happen to society if humanity was not sufficiently prepared for the discovery of technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations:

Evidences of its [extraterrestrial] existence might also be found in artifacts left on the moon or other planets. The consequences for attitudes and values are unpredictable, but would vary profoundly in different cultures and between groups within complex societies; a crucial factor would be the nature of the communication between us and the other beings…. Anthropological files contain many examples of societies, sure of their place in the universe, which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different ideas and different life ways; others that survived such an experience usually did so by paying the price of changes in values and attitudes and behavior.

Is social disintegration what the Davos Global Risks 2013 report has in mind if extraterrestrial life is discovered? The simple answer is no, if leaders develop the necessary “national and organizational resilience” to such a discovery, and implement “basic education and awareness campaigns”. The Global Risks 2013 report shows how far humanity has come over the last 50 years since the Brookings Report was written. World Economic Forum organizers are far more optimistic and believe that humanity can be sufficiently prepared for a “paradigm shift concerning humankind’s position in the universe.” World leaders currently meeting at the Davos World Economic Forum are themselves being prepared for the possible discovery of extraterrestrial life within the next 10 years.

Extraterrestrial fossils found in meteorite according to scientific team

Chandra-WickramasingheA team of four scientists has written an article in the latest edition of the Journal of Cosmology claiming that a meteorite discovered in Sri Lanka contains evidence of extraterrestrial life. Inside the meteorite, according to Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe, the lead scientist and Director of the Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology, are tiny fossil microbes that are extraterrestrial in origin. The findings of Wickramasinghe and his team in their co-authored article, “Fossil Diatoms in a New Carbonaceous Meteorite’," immediately aroused controversy. In an article in the Huffington Post published on January 19, Lee Spiegal addressed the controversy and Wickramasinghe’s response to early criticism.   Critics claim that the meteorite sample examined by Wickramasinghe’s team was very likely contaminated by Earth based algae. This raises suspicion that once again scientists claiming they have found evidence for extraterrestrial life will be subjected to a firestorm of criticism including direct personal attacks from their peers.

Chandra Wickramasinghe is no stranger to controversy. The Sri Lanka born mathematician was the founder of the theory of Panspermia along with British physicist Fred Hoyle. Panspermia is based on the idea that life is spread throughout the universe in the form of microbes carried on the back of meteorites that travel through the interstellar vacuum. Wickramasinghe believes that the Sri Lanka meteorite is vindication for his controversial theory, and has solid scientific evidence supporting his conclusions.

According to the abstract in Wickramasinghe’s and his co-author’s article:

We report the discovery for the first time of diatom frustules in a carbonaceous meteorite that fell in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka on 29 December 2012. Contamination is excluded by the circumstance that the elemental abundances within the structures match closely with those of the surrounding matrix. There is also evidence of structures morphologically similar to red rain cells that may have contributed to the episode of red rain that followed within days of the meteorite fall. The new data on “fossil” diatoms provide strong evidence to support the theory of cometary panspermia.

Basically, diatoms are a form of algae that are mainly unicellar and form large colonies. They are a major producer in the food chain. Finding fossil diatoms in a meteorite is hard evidence that extraterrestrial life not only exists, but is commonly found throughout the galaxy. Not so according to Phil Plait, who launched a preemptive strike before the major media and public had a chance to digest Chandrasinghe’s findings.

Plait’s column in Slate magazine begins with a very unscientific ad hominem attack since he writes in the article that “sometimes an ad hominem is warranted!” According to Plait:

Wickramasinghe is a proponent of the idea of panspermia: the notion that life originated in space and was brought to Earth via meteorites. It’s an interesting idea and not without some merits. However, Wickramasinghe is fervent proponent of it. Like, really fervent. So much so that he attributes everything to life in space. He’s said that the flu comes from space. He’s said SARS comes from space. He’s claimed living cells found in the stratosphere come from space. (There is no evidence at all they do, and it’s far more likely they are terrestrial.) He’s said a weird red rain in India was from space (when it’s been shown conclusively that it isn’t). The list goes on and on. Wickramasinghe jumps on everything, with little or no evidence, and says it’s from outer space, so I think there's a case to be made for a bias on his part.

Plait finally launches into the main substantive criticism he has to offer which comes from an evolutionary biologist who responded to Plait’s request to analyze Wickramasinghe’s article. Professor Patrick Kociolek from the University of Colorado wrote back to Plait:

… the diversity present in the images represent a wide range of evolutionary history, such that the “source” of the diatoms from outer space, must have gone through the same evolutionary events as here on earth. There are no extinct taxa found, only ones we would find living today…for me it is a clear case of contamination with freshwater.

Essentially, Kociolek and Plait are claiming that Wickramasinghe’s data was compromised by fresh water on Earth.

The Huffington Post contacted Wickramasinghe and invited him to respond to Plait’s criticism. Wickramasinghe wrote:

In 1962, [Hoyle and I] pioneered the theory of carbon grains in space to replace the old ice grain theory. This was vehemently resisted by the astronomical community at the outset, but with the dawn of infrared spectroscopy, the ice grain theory gave way to the carbon dust theory… Over a few years, after a great deal of model-fitting, we came to the conclusion that material similar to biomaterial fitted all the available data in astronomy … We considered the possibility that biology (microbiology) had a universal character, and no observations in astronomy or new information from biology has provided contrary evidence.

Regarding Plait’s and Kociolek’s main argument that the meteorite sample was contaminated by earth water algae or diatoms, Wickramasinghe continued: "But — there are also at least half a dozen species that diatom experts have not been able to identify."  This is where Plait’s and Kociolek’s criticism falls short since they can’t explain the origin of all the diatoms found in the meteorite.

This is not the first time that scientists finding evidence of extraterrestrial life in meteorites have been exposed to the criticism that their sample was contaminated by earth based microbial life. In August 1996, David McKay and a team of NASA scientists published their analysis of a Martian meteorite discovered in Antarctica. The meteorite was found to have carbon compounds that looked very much like fossil remains of ancient Martian microbes. Here is how Mackay explained their findings:

The carbonate globules are similar in texture and size to some terrestrial bacterially induced carbonate precipitates. Although inorganic formation is possible, formation of the globules by biogenic processes could explain many of the observed features, including the PAHs [polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons]. The PAHs, the carbonate globules, and their associated secondary mineral phases and textures could thus be fossil remains of a past martian biota.

The announcement was big news at the time, and led to President Clinton making a statement contemplating the historical significance of the discovery. The 1996 discovery then got bogged down in scientific debate over whether or not the meteorite was polluted by Earth microbes. Critics claimed NASA scientists had not sufficiently accounted for this possibility. Not so according to a new 2009 study by NASA scientists, including McKay, from the Johnson Space Center that upheld the earlier findings and concluded: “None of the original features supporting our hypothesis for ALH84001 has either been discredited or has been positively ascribed to non-biologic explanations."

Wickramasinghe and his team have just begun the effort of defending their results from criticisms that their meteorite sample was contaminated, and their data therefore inconclusive. Given that controversy still swirls around the 1996 Mars meteorite case, we can expect the same for Wickramasinghe and his team’s claim of finding evidence of extraterrestrial fossils on a meteorite. It may be some time before scientists are willing to concede that Wickramasinghe may have just verified his theory of panspermia.

In Section 5 of the GLOBAL RISKS 2013 “Executive Summary” for the 2013 World Economic Forum one of the five "X” Factors (thought in conjunction with Nature Magazine) and being presented this year is the “Discovery of Alien Life: Proof of life elsewhere in the universe could have profound psychological implications for human belief systems.”  

As one of the “X Factors from Nature” the discovery of alien life is considered one of “five emerging game-changers” beyond the (more typical) landscape of 50 global risks. It is also considered as a way to “alert decision-makers.”

The other “X factors from Nature” considered for 2013 are:

Runaway Climate Change

Significant Cognitive Enhancement (through artificial means)

Rogue Deployment of Geoengineering (technology to manipulate climate)

Costs of Living Longer (old age costs of living longer due to medical advances).

Commentary: "Climate Change" is connected with alleged extraterrestrial messages. "Cognitive Enhancement" makes you think of higher intelligence through technology, an issue that already sounds quite sci-fy and ET-related. "Rogue Deployment of Geoengineering" could at least in part be associated with scalar interferometry, HAARP and other such exotic (perhaps ET-related) ideas and technologies. Only "Costs of Living Longer" seems to be a more normal economic concern.

Questions: 1) Does someone "in the know" (and pulling the strings) know that there may be an impending disclosure perhaps to be initiated by an ET alliance or (while attempting to give it a spin before it gets out of hand) to be initiated by one or more governments? Russia comes to mind after Prime Minister Medvedev unique declarations a few weeks ago.

2) Are we simply talking about a bolder, creative and imaginative approach this year or is someone trying to induce "la creme de la creme" world leaders to start thinking with more awareness about the extraterrestrial presence?

3) Will exopoliticians be called into action and exopolitics itself take off a serious discipline if ET presence disclosures actually "come to the fore?"

Russian PM not joking – extraterrestrials live among us according to MIB documentary

Prime Minister Medvedev reveals extraterrestrials secrets in Russian MIB documentary

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking.  The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled “Men in Black” that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

After completing an on-air interview with five television reporters on December 7, 2012, Prime Minister Medvedev continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without realizing that the microphone was still on. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic.

After giving his detailed comments to the reporter on extraterrestrials, Medvedev was translated as follows in a Reuter’s report: “More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called ‘Men In Black’”.  The Reuters translation was used by a number of media sources in concluding that Medvedev was joking, and his comments needed to be taken with a grain of salt. For example, one reporter said:

… before Russian alien conspiracy theorists can say “told you so,” the Russian PM quickly indicated that his comment was a joke. “More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called ‘Men In Black,’” he said.

Another reporter subtitled his article: “Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev makes a crack about aliens, and conspiracists promptly lose their minds.”

However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.”  So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name. Since the Russian documentary was recent and not well known outside of Russia, most Western media accepted the Reuter’s translation. The documentary was translated into English and released on Youtube on December 18, 2012.

It’s true that while Medvedev was giving his detailed response to a female reporter’s question on extraterrestrial life, the reporter was broadly smiling, and other reporters could be heard laughing in the background. Yet Medvedev appeared very serious throughout his elaborate response, and did not appear to be joking. So was Medvedev referring to the Men in Black Hollywood comedy to, at best, reveal valid information to the reporter using dry humor? Or was Medvedev instead giving a candid admission about Russian Presidents being given a secret briefing paper on a secret agency created to monitor extraterrestrials living among us, and referring to a recent Russian documentary for the reporter to follow up?

In the Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology. If Medvedev wanted the female Russian reporter to explore some of the information he was revealing, then it makes sense that he was in fact referring to the Russian MIB documentary.

This leads to an incredible conclusion. If Medvedev was in fact referring to the Russian MIB documentary, then he was implicitly endorsing information that extraterrestrials have established bases on remote US military facilities with Pentagon approval. Even more startling is that Medvedev was endorsing the claim that President Eisenhower had in fact met with extraterrestrials, and reached agreements for advanced technologies to be traded for planetary resources. Initial media reports of Prime Minister Medvedev’s off-air comments were simply unaware of a Russian documentary titled Men In Black, and wrongly concluded that he was referring to the MIB comedy. As the translated text of his comments now makes clear, Medvedev was referring to a Russian documentary exposing the Men in Black phenomenon, and was candidly advising the Russian reporter to investigate some of the claims found in it to learn about a worldwide cover up of extraterrestrials among us.

Top 10 extraterrestrial life stories for 2012 – Year in Review

2012 was a watershed year in the expanding public awareness of the possibility of extraterrestrial life, and its political and social implications for earth. NASA landed another rover on Mars with the scientific means to determine if Mars once hosted life. NASA sponsored scientific projects continued to find more exoplanets, some of which reside in the habitable regions of their suns. More than anything else, exoplanet discoveries continue to excite scientists with the possibility that extraterrestrial life exists elsewhere in the universe, and the possibility of contact. Scientists though are divided on whether this would be a good or bad thing since they don’t agree on how extraterrestrials would respond in contact with a resource rich planet such as earth. Then we have news stories based on whistleblowers and even a former Russian President revealing what may be really happening behind the scenes when it comes to government policy on extraterrestrial life. Important news developments in 2012 make it inevitable that the study of extraterrestrial life and its political implications – generally known as exopolitics – will receive even more attention in 2013 and beyond. Here is my list of the top 10 extraterrestrial life stories for 2012 – in descending order to the Top Extraterrestrial Life Story of the Year.

#10.  On August 25, Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon died from heart failure. According to NASA insiders and an alleged ham radio transmission intercept, what Armstrong witnessed during his 1969 moon walk changed his life, and led to the eventual abandonment of the manned lunar missions. According to alleged leaked documents, two huge extraterrestrial spacecraft watched the Apollo 11 landing, and observed the Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin moon walks. #9 On May 25, the movie Men In Black (MIB) III was released. In it, an idea is presented in an outrageously comedic way. Extraterrestrial visitors live on our world and are monitored by a secretive governmental agency that hides the truth from the American public. The movie is based on stories circulating since the early 1950’s of mysterious MIB traveling around in dark suits in vintage cars, persuading people to be silent about their experiences concerning UFOs and alien life. #8 November 28. CNN aired a story that according to a declassified report, the Air Force plan involved sending a nuclear missile that would detonate on impact with the lunar surface. The project was titled “A Study of Lunar Research Flights” (aka “Project A-119”) and was planned in 1958. According to the declassified report, the plan was never implemented. According to one senior US Air Force officer, however, not only was an attempt made to detonate a nuclear bomb on the moon decades later, but there was an external intervention to destroy the missile. #7 In April, Professor Paul Springer from the U.S. Air Command and Staff College was authorized by his employers to discuss military plans to respond to an alien invasion. Springer responded to questions by an Australian Television program exploring possible responses to an alien invasion that aired on Easter Sunday. In the segment titled ““U.S. military making plans for an alien invasion,” he discussed the implications of humanity being confronted by an extraterrestrial threat. Springer’s comments confirm for the first time that the Pentagon has drawn up contingency plans for an extraterrestrial invasion. #6 In April, a team of scientists analyzing data from the 1976 Viking Mission concluded that life on Mars was detected in one of the four experiments conducted by the two robotic landers. Their report, “Complexity Analysis of the Viking Labeled Release Experiments,” released in the International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sciences resurrected a controversy over the results of the Viking Mission’s “Labeled Released experiment” designed by Dr Gilbert Levin. The Viking mission was the only Mars mission so far that was designed by NASA to detect life. Dr Levin was confident that the experiment had detected microbial life on Mars, but his NASA colleagues disagreed and his startling finding was forgotten in the Martian sands of time. #5 On October 20, Gordon Duff, the senior editor of the popular Veterans Today website, released a blog featuring an interview recorded on Coast to Coast Radio four days earlier, Duff provided details of a briefing document he personally witnessed in 1982 while working for an unnamed government agency. Duff claims that the document contained references to two treaties with extraterrestrial civilizations. The treaties, according to Duff, were coerced upon the USA and other countries by a hostile extraterrestrial race. #4 In September, according to Gordon Duff, senior editor of Veterans Today, intelligence sources were revealing that hostile extraterrestrials are militarily engaging with world naval forces. In an article, provocatively titled, “UFO War: Chinese and US Navy off San Francisco,” Duff claims that the Chinese navy is lending assistance to the US in battling these hostile forces in what looks like a real life version of the recent movie Battleship. Duff claims that his intelligence sources are Asian, and that US naval forces are stretched thin in the Pacific due to a beefed up naval presence in the Persian Gulf. Duff admits that the story stretches credibility but that his source is usually reliable, thereby raising the possibility that either the story is largely accurate and/or officially sanctioned disinformation. # 3 Back in May, NASA accounted that for the first time, it was able to detect infrared light from a rocky “super-earth” variety of exoplanet. The Spitzer Space Telescope detected infrared light from the exoplanet “55 Cancri e” which has a rocky core and is nearly twice the Earth’s diameter, and eight times its mass. While 55 Cancri e is much too close to its sun – 55 Cancri A – to sustain life as we know it, the detection is a historic first for NASA. The detection of infrared light on the super-earth category of exoplanets, prime candidates for finding extraterrestrial life, makes possible the discovery of alien cities in distant solar systems. #2 On December 14, Britain’s Director of Public Prosecutation (DPP) announced that Gary McKinnon will not face prosecution in the United Kingdom for hacking into the computer systems of NASA, the Pentagon and other government agencies in search of information on UFOs. McKinnon claimed to have found photographs, film, and other evidence of alien spacecraft secretly held by various U.S. government agencies. While the US extradition order is still valid and could be activated in other countries if McKinnnon travelled abroad, the DPP decision ends McKinnon’s decade long legal nightmare in Britain. Russian Prime Minister claims that Men In Black movies depict a real life secret organization that monitors extraterrestrials living among us

On Friday, December 7, the current Russian Prime Minister and former President, Dmitry Medvedev, made some startling off-air comments to reporters while his microphone was still switched on. He was asked whether the President is given any secret files on extraterrestrials while in office. In his responses, Medvedev not only confided that extraterrestrials are visiting the Earth, but that some are actually living among us. He went even further to say that the Hollywood comedy, Men in Black, depicting a secret government agency monitoring extraterrestrials on Earth, has a factual basis to it. While the comments appear to be playful responses to a reporter’s off-beat question, they raise questions over exactly how much truth was being revealed by Medvedev. Given that Medvedev’s responses were said off-air, without him realizing that his microphone was still recording, they at face value give credence to claims that extraterrestrials are not only visiting our world, but are even living among us.

After completing an on-air interview with five television reporters, Prime Minister Medvedev continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without realizing that the microphone was still on. His off-air comments were more frank about his real feelings on recent political developments in Russia where authorities were reigning in civil liberties. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic,

Medvedev’s comments are not the first time a prominent Russian official has spoken out about extraterrestrial life while giving television interviews. In an extraordinary television interview aired in May 2010, the Governor of the Russian Republic of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov who was also President of the World Chess Federation, claimed that in 1997 he was taken from his penthouse apartment on board an extraterrestrial vehicle. Ilyumzhinov claimed that the extraterrestrials he met were humanoid and gave him a tour of their ship, and even took him to another world.

There has long been claims that not only have extraterrestrials been visiting our world, but have actually lived among us. A well documented case in Italy called Amicizia (Friendship) revealed that more than 100 individuals, including senior public officials, had met with a group of extraterrestrials with bases in the Italian peninsula and the Adriatic Sea over a 22 year period from 1956 to 1978. Significantly, these extraterrestrials were secretly monitored by NATO authorities who did not interfere with private citizens meeting with and providing supplies to the extraterrestrials. The Friendship case, if genuine, suggests that something like the official agency created to monitor extraterrestrials on earth depicted in the Men In Black movies, is based in fact. Certainly, Prime Minister Medvedev appears to think that such a “secret special service” exists.

While it can be claimed that Medvedev was giving a playful response to an off-beat reporter question, the full context of his off-air remarks suggest he was being candid on a range of topics, including extraterrestrial life. Plausible deniability certainly comes to mind when trying to analyze Medvedev’s frank off-air comments. This raises the intriguing possibility that Medvedev’s comments were orchestrated with prior approval to reveal facts to the Russian public that authorities are not yet able to officially announce to the world – extraterrestrials live among us.

What Obama’s reelection means for UFO extraterrestrial disclosure

In Tuesday’s U.S. Presidential election, Barack Obama won a narrow but clear victory over his Republican opponent. Democrats held on to their Senate majority, and Republicans maintained control over the House of Representatives. The next twelve months or so will be when Obama moves forward with his most ambitious re-election policies before the 2014 mid-term elections return the United States again to the hyper-partisan politics that produced gridlock for the last two years. Republican control over the House will ensure that there is plenty of opposition to much of Obama’s legislative agenda. This will not be the case though with immigration reform to finally deal with the question of illegal aliens. Severely punished by the Latino vote, Republicans are sure to give bipartisan support to Obama in passing a new DREAM Act to legalize the status of young illegal aliens raised in the USA. What however of another type of illegal alien claimed to be visiting the USA? Does UFO extraterrestrial disclosure figure at all in Obama’s political agenda?

When Obama first became President there were many hopeful signs that his push for more transparent and accountable government would translate into greater openness where the truth would finally come out about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. His appointment of Hillary Clinton to Secretary of State fueled rumors that her documented interest in UFOs in the Clinton administration would lead to some startling disclosures. Whistleblowers were ready to come forward to testify about a host of illegal government activities if they were given protection to reveal their secrets. This culminated in the belief that disclosure of extraterrestrial life was imminent early in the Obama administration. Four years later, those early hopes look positively naïve. Government transparency did not open up national security archives to researchers, and whistleblower protection did not happen after all. The Obama administration went on the record to disavow any interest in investigating claims that the Roswell crash really involved otherworldly UFOs. There was no disclosure of extraterrestrial life visiting our world.

What has changed, four years after Obama’s first Presidential election, is that the world is better prepared for accepting that extraterrestrial life exists. Here are three scenarios of how Obama might announce the existence of alien life during his second term of office.

Scenario 1 – Alien life found on exoplanets. The deployment of advanced space telescopes such as NASA’s Kepler Mission, has led to the discovery of hundreds of exoplanets. This has revolutionized the scientific community. The question, “do habitable conditions for life exist elsewhere in the galaxy?” has been decisively answered in the affirmative. Statistics tell us that some, if not many, of the billions of exoplanets projected to exist in our galaxy alone, are sure to host some form of life. The world’s foremost scientists are now openly discussing the scientific and social consequences of extraterrestrial life being discovered. The question is now “when” rather than “if” extraterrestrial life will be discovered by the next generation of space telescopes used to scan the galaxy.  The new Obama administration will continue to fund NASA scientific missions, making it possible that at some point in his second term, he can announce that we are not alone in the galaxy.

Scenario 2 – Roswell Crash really did happen. This scenario concerns claims that extraterrestrials are visiting us now and select government agencies have been covering this up since at least July, 1947, when the famous Roswell crash incident occurred. As most are aware, the US Army Air Corps released a statement on July 8 that a flying saucer had crashed, but retracted it hours later. Chase Brandon, a former CIA clandestine officer and public relations representative has claimed that he saw a file in the CIA historical archive that settled any personal doubt he had that the Roswell flying saucer crash really did involve extraterrestrial life and technology. Chase’s claims echo those of Lt. Col. Philip Corso, who led the Foreign Technology Desk at the US Army Research and Development department. Corso claims the U.S. Army had a filing cabinet with material from the Roswell crash that was leaked to private industry to spark technological development. During Obama’s second term, more material/evidence from the Roswell crash may leak, and/or witnesses come forward to reveal that extraterrestrial technology was indeed recovered. Several petitions have been launched with the Obama White House to achieve this goal.

Scenario 3 – (Contrived) War of the Worlds. There have been claims by Gordon Duff, a senior editor of Veterans Today, John Kettler and others of secret battles in the Pacific Ocean and Antarctica between a coalition of US-led Naval forces and extraterrestrials based in undersea bases. So far, there has not been any hard evidence to support such claims, only anonymous sources that are not revealed by Duff, et al. A Stalin era intelligence file released in 1991 revealed that the Admiral Byrd’s Antarctic expedition, Operation Highjump, did encounter and battle with a mysterious UFO force in early 1947. A succession of Hollywood blockbusters, Battleship, Battle Los Angeles, and the Avengers all focus on an extraterrestrial invasion theme. Is the public being conditioned to accept the possibility of an extraterrestrial invasion for a contrived national security crisis? According to former chief Apollo scientist, Werner Von Braun, a contrived alien invasion has been planned for several decades. Could President Obama one day find himself publicly responding to a national security crisis where US and allied military forces are under (a contrived) attack from an alien presence?

Any of the above or alternative scenarios might occur in the next year, or before the end of Obama’s second term of office in January 2017 – so what would happen? Obama’s award of the Nobel Peace Prize; mixed racial heritage; and an eclectic religious upbringing with a Christian mother, a Muslim father and stepfather, and six years spent in Muslim Indonesia as a youth, make him ideally suited to become a highly popular world leader.If it was decided that the existence of extraterrestrial life – due to scientific discovery and/or political necessity – was to be announced to the world, then President Obama would be the ideal candidate for the job.


Extraterrestrial disclosure would very likely overcome national differences and lead to rapid political unification at a planetary level, as President Reagan speculated in a General Assembly speech at the United Nations in 1987. We could very quickly expect world-wide planetary elections for national citizens to be represented in direct dealings with Galactic civilizations. This could be achieved either through significant reform of the United Nations (which currently represents “states” and not “people”), or through the creation of a “United Earth” sovereign body representing the people of Earth. In either case, any formal announcement by President Obama of the existence of extraterrestrial life would start a series of events where he would predictably take a more global leadership role in representing the people of Earth in negotiations with galactic visitors. So when President Obama and his bipartisan Republican allies pass a revamped DREAM act for illegal aliens, let’s dream of what would happen if the existence of off-planet aliens were also to announced by the White House sometime in the next four years.

Kettler defends alien UFO war claims – Truth Teller or Disinformation Asset?

I recently wrote an article directly referring to John Kettler’s claims of a UFO war in Antarctica and the Pacific Ocean where a coalition of US led naval forces are battling hostile extraterrestrials. In it, I stated my reservations over his extraordinary claims, but did acknowledge one historic incident in 1947 where there did appear to be a genuine battle between Admiral Byrd’s Operation Highjump, and a mysterious group of UFOs. While the lack of supporting evidence suggests Kettler’s claims are part of a psychological operation promoting a false flag event, the 1947 incident was something to seriously consider before reaching any final conclusion. I concluded my article by writing:  “great vigilance is required on the part of those investigating claims of battles between a US led alliance of naval powers, and hostile extraterrestrials based in undersea bases in Antarctica and/or the Pacific Ocean.”

Kettler has just written another article titled: “UFO War–A Ghastly New Foe! Great Victories!”  In it he claims:

The UFO War has taken quite a turn since the Reptoid attack which cost the U.S. a frigate and 250+ people making the ship’s complement. In  shootdown after shootdown in which survivors have been recovered, there have been NO Reptoids  found. What has been found has driven one person, so far, to kill himself and sent others off the deep end. NOT kidding! … They call them Blobs.

Who are the “Blobs” battling the US Navy and allies? Kettler gives this assessment:

“Blobs are intelligent, dexterous (observed deftly playing with a computer keyboard) and use technology highly advanced by our standards. Their antigravity craft, equally at home underwater or in the air, have no force fields, but whatever they’re made of, they’re very tough. Their engineering is superb. According to the Eloah, the Blobs have bases below fresh water, on the ocean bottom (pressure=5000 atmospheres at 30,000 foot depth) and underground. Blobs presently have no space travel capabilities, but they did in the past and are attempting to regain that capability.”

What are the sources supporting Kettler’s extraordinary claims? According to Kettler, “the information here comes primarily from highly sensitive military, intelligence and scientific sources, supplemented by nonterrestrial ones. The government’s official policy is total and ongoing denial.”

No where else in his article does Kettler describe or attempt to substantiate his sources. I decided to respond directly to Kettler’s latest article by posting a comment critical of his use of anonymous sources to support claims of a dangerous new extraterrestrial enemy battling US led naval forces. Here is what I wrote:

You say: “The information here comes primarily from highly sensitive military, intelligence and scientific sources, supplemented by nonterrestrial ones.” There is a slippery slope when we use anonymous sources. When these sources take us down the negative ET route, then our BS meter needs to be refined accordingly. Why would anyone ONLY accept anonymous sources whose credibility, accuracy is not open to scrutiny by independent researchers? Dr Greer’s Disclosure Project set a high standard by making public whistleblower reports where the sources could be checked, scrutinized, etc. That guaranteed that we weren’t being spun a story or fed disinformation. That is the major problem with John Kettler’s recent claims of a UFO war. No way of confirming any of Kettler’s anonymous sources are legit, and not feeding him/us disinfo.

Kettler decided to respond at length. To see his full response, click here. I’ve extracted portions of his response to see whether they cast light on the legitimacy of his sources, and Kettler’s own credibility as a researcher exposing classified information dealing with extraterrestrial life.

In his response, Kettler began by giving details about his father’s background working for a military defense contractor, and then commented on his own professional experience working with both Rockwell and Hughes corporations for an eleven year period as stated in his bio. First, Kettler explained that he had received clearances for a Special Access Program:

At Rockwell, I worked on the B-1B, the Advanced Tactical Fighter, Advanced Close Air Support program and the crown jewel of Rockwell, the NASP, National Aerospace Plane, single stage to orbit, hydrogen powered craft which took off from and landed on runways. My work was handling the threats to the NDVs (NASP Derived Vehicles). This program was a SAP (Special Access Program) which addressed a family of military hypersonic vehicles covering Mach 4+-orbital. It had four levels of clearance, and I had all four.

This certainly would have given him knowledge with classified information pertaining to advanced aviation projects. He then went on to describe his highest level of clearance:

I’ve held TS clearance myself and was being cleared for TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) when I left Rockwell, my health in ruins, June 20, 1989…. In order to fool me, you’d have to be able to fake your way through an incredibly broad and diverse range of topics, and I can talk anything from hand grenades to deep space surveillance–for starters!

Kettler acknowledges that the highest security classification he attained while working at Rockwell and/or Hughes was Top Secret. So it is very strange indeed that he claims that he is able to vet people with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) on a range of topics related to extraterrestrial life and technology. There is a very large gap between clearances for SAPs/SCI dealing with advanced aerospace projects, and classified projects dealing with extraterrestrial life. More importantly, one needs to be able to demonstrate need-to-know to gain access to information/projects outside their direct area of work. One can get an idea of how this system operates by reading about the case of Admiral Thomas Wilson, then head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who was denied access to a UFO/extraterrestrial project in 1997. Put simply, Wilson was unable to demonstrate that he had a need-to-know to gain access, even though he had access to most other highly classified projects and SCI known to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

If a Navy Admiral and intelligence chief is denied clearance for a highly classified alien related project since he could not demonstrate need-to-know, what chance would there be for a civilian contractor with aerospace companies to have access to information on covert alien programs? More to the point, having only ever gained a Top Secret clearance, would Kettler be qualified to vet anyone with SCI/classified alien information, to learn if they are telling him the truth? No, certainly not, but he claims that he is able to do so. In fact, Kettler claims that he has regular communications with people with SCI clearances dealing with the alien issue. He writes:

At the levels from which I get my stories, the information seldom leaves the SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), in which no notes may be taken, no copies made, someone always has to be with you, and everything you see has to be signed for. At this stratospheric level, practically everything is carried in finely honed memories.

So Kettler claims that his sources have SCI clearance for alien related information, and have been secretly conveying this to him in clandestine communications. Relying on their memories of what they have witnessed, read or experienced, and Kettler’s own abilities to vet such information – while not having had direct access himself to such information – Kettler believes he is able to relay accurate information from his anonymous sources.

In conclusion, John Kettler is basically saying, “you need to trust me since I have the professional experience and skills to both ferret out the truth about alien related projects, and vet the sources relaying it. The truth is that hostile extraterrestrials are out there doing atrocious things, and the US Navy and its allies are heroically defending our way of life, and the world itself in an expanding war in the Pacific Ocean, and now in Antarctica.

Well sorry Mr Kettler, while there is no reason to doubt that your professional career exposed you to classified material on some advanced aerospace projects, this is a far cry from alien related projects that are deeply compartmentalized and hidden by strict need-to-know security procedures. According to whistleblowers who have chosen to come forward and reveal classified information about alien projects – for example, Philip Corso , Dan Sherman and Clifford Stone -  such projects have far higher clearance levels than anything related to advanced military or civilian aerospace projects. Sherman in particular points out that alien related projects are embedded within more conventional classified projects with SCI/SAP clearance levels, and use the latter as a cover. Without having had direct access to SCI on alien projects, how could Kettler possibly vet people who claim to have had such access? There is no reason to doubt Kettler’s sincerity that he has been told some amazing stories about aliens, but until such sources come forward, then there is a very strong possibility that he is being used as a means of disseminating disinformation.

John Kettler’s claims of an undeclared UFO war, backed up entirely by anonymous sources represents a diminishing standard of research in the field of UFOs and exopolitics. While it is understandable that some sources choose to remain anonymous for reasons of personal security, it is dangerous to rely exclusively on such sources. This is especially the case when it comes to claims concerning hostile extraterrestrials given evidence that plans for a false flag alien event have been planned for several decades. Kettler’s refusal to reveal sources concerning hostile extraterrestrials battling US led naval forces may be entirely to protect these from exposure and harm. Alternatively, Kettler is being used as a willing dupe in spreading disinformation concerning hostile extraterrestrials by sources that have been tasked to manipulate him as part of a psychological warfare operation. Kettler’s reflexive response to my raising such a possibility suggests that it is more likely that he falls into the latter category of a disinformation asset, rather than a truth teller.

Secret US alien treaties exist according to Veterans Today Senior Editor

Gordon Duff is the senior editor of the popular Veterans Today website who just over a month ago attracted much media attention for his claims that a joint US Chinese naval task force was battling UFOs off the coast of San Francisco. In a Veterans Today blogreleased today, October 20, featuring an interview recorded on Coast to Coast Radio four days earlier, Duff provided details of a briefing document he personally witnessed in 1982 while working for an unnamed government agency. Duff claims that the document belonged to an organization called Majestic 12 – a committee allegedly formed to develop government policy on alien life – and contained references to two treaties with extraterrestrial civilizations. The treaties, according to Duff, were coerced upon the USA and other countries by a hostile extraterrestrial race. In revealing more details of his 1982 experience, Duff is hoping to cast light on what sources have told him of a hostile extraterrestrial race that the navies of the US, China, Japan and South Korea are currently secretly fighting in the Pacific Ocean. Is Duff revealing the contents of a genuine highly classified government document he witnessed decades ago; or is he disseminating disinformation that was created with the purpose of creating a false flag extraterrestrial threat that may be unfolding at this very moment in the Pacific Ocean.

In his radio interview, Duff described the initial experience that made him aware of the extraterrestrial issue for the first time. He says:

In 1982 I was put on the readers group for Majestic 12. I received  an original copy, slightly redacted. Done on a typewriter, dated August 23, 1977, Office of Naval Intelligence. About 12 pages long, I had copy number five.

Duff claims that at the time he had a high level security clearance from an unnamed government agency, and that it took him 18 months to be cleared for the Majestic reading group. After reading the document for about two hours, Duff put it back in its binder, and never saw it again.

Duff revealed the contents of the document:

The document covered the period from 1947 to 1977 when they were produced. They indicated that over this period we had two distinct treaties. There have been more since, I have been told. One [treaty] in 1947, initially with President Truman. One in 1953, with President Eisenhower… The 1953 treaty with President Eisenhower was an agreement, a coercive agreement against the USA on behalf of a hostile alien power that wished to be able to kidnap a number of citizens from the United States, which means of course that they had agreements with other nations as well.

What Duff revealed next might be a shocking set of provisions forced upon US authorities by hostile aliens, or something straight out of a propaganda manual to condition a domestic audience for a future false flag alien war.

The numbers were unusually high. These were not people that were going to be detained, and probed, and returned. These were people that were going to be detained and butchered. They were very clear about that!

 

 

Disclose.tv – Alien Secrets and the Military

There are some important reasons to suspect that Duff may, in 1982, have been unknowingly recruited to spread, at some future time, propaganda that would assist a false flag operation.

First, there is a well known collection of Majestic documents that have been released since 1984, and have been vetted and investigated by independent UFO researchers ever since. Some of these, according to leading researchers such as retired nuclear physicist, Stanton Friedman, are very likely to be genuine. Other Majestic documents are more controversial in terms of authenticity. Nevertheless, none of the Majestic documents refer to an alien treaty, and none refer to the coercive provisions described by Duff.

Second, if there was a coercive treaty imposed on U.S. and other national government authorities with the onerous provisions described by Duff, there would have been other whistleblowers coming forward to reveal this. While there have been a significant number of whistleblowers that have come forward to describe agreements between US authorities and alien races, none of these whistleblowers describe the onerous provisions detailed by Duff. For example, Dan Sherman (USAF retired) claims that he was trained to communicate with an alien species involved in the abduction phenomenon while he was stationed at the NSA. Sherman claimed that the names and numbers he was relaying appeared to be part of an agreement to monitor alien activities with abducted humans. None of these activities were as egregious as those described by Duff. Sherman wrote:

The bitterness began a few months after I had started to receive comms from Bones [an extraterrestrial]. It hit a sharp incline when I began to receive the abduction comms and now it hit a crescendo. I was tired of being supposedly so important because of my abilities, yet treated like an underling with no need-to-know…. Why the abduction data? Why had everything been passed in code, mostly, until now? … I finally came to the conclusion, after reporting over 20 apparent abduction scenarios, that I wanted no part of the program any longer. Although I had no reason to believe anyone was being maliciously harmed, I did get a feeling that the abductions I was reporting were part of some sort of higher calling and the feelings of the people involved took a back seat to that calling. Third, an alleged treaty that clearly describes people being detained and butchered is highly likely to be disinformation. If provisions of a treaty do contain onerous conditions, these would undoubtedly need to be cleared at a very high level, and be framed in a way that would not be so obvious. That would ensure that senior national security figures would not be prosecuted at some future time if and when the treaty/agreement was released to the general public.

In conclusion, it is more than likely that Gordon Duff was unknowingly misinformed with the alleged Majestic briefing document he witnessed in 1982. The goal was probably to recruit Duff so that at a future time he could promote a hostile alien threat scenario that could be manipulated by national security authorities tasked with the extraterrestrial issue. The creation of a false flag alien attack or invasion would enable the national security apparatus to impose more stringent security procedures that significantly increase their influence; maintain a cover up of extensive advanced technologies developed from retrieved alien spacecraft; clamp down even further on whistleblowers exposing alien related classified projects; and, finally, manipulate public opinion about the intentions and activities of visiting extraterrestrial life. Duff, John Kettler and other writers that are currently discussing various sources alleging an expanding battle in the Pacific Ocean between hostile aliens and a US led naval coalition may be revealing a real life Battleship movie scenario. More likely, Duff, Kettler and others are disseminating, unknowingly at best, a well prepared and thought out false flag alien invasion scenario that would make it even more difficult for the public to learn the truth about extraterrestrial life visiting our planet.

UFO hacker wins battle against US extradition attempt

Gary McKinnon after hearing that US extradition has been blocked.On Tuesday November 16, British hacker Gary McKinnon finally won his decade long battle to avoid extradition to the US to face charges of hacking into the computer systems of NASA, the Pentagon and other government agencies. McKinnon claimed to have found photographs, film, and other evidence of alien spacecraft secretly held by various U.S. government agencies. In deciding to block the US extradition efforts, British Home Secretary Theresa May said she decided in favor of McKinnon “after medical experts concluded he was seriously ill and likely to attempt to take his own life.” While McKinnon still risks prosecution by British authorities, it’s unlikely that further legal action will be taken against him. Will McKinnon reveal more about what the US government knows about UFOs and extraterrestrial life now that he now longer faces extradition?

McKinnon first hacked into NASA’s Johnson Space Center and said:

… he found a high definition picture of a large cigar shaped object over the northern hemisphere. He said that he was so shocked by the picture that he didn’t think to immediately save it. He also said that the file size was so large that is was difficult to view it on his computer. Eventually his connection was lost, and so was the picture.

When McKinnon later hacked into classified files of U.S. Space Command (incorporated into Strategic Command on October 1, 2002 soon after McKinnon was caught), he discovered a number of naval terms such as “fleet-to-fleet transfers” concerning non-terrestrial officers. He said:

I found a list of officers’ names … under the heading ‘Non-Terrestrial Officers’. It doesn’t mean little green men. What I think it means is not Earth-based. I found a list of ‘fleet-to-fleet transfers’, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t US Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet.”

McKinnon’s startling discovery cast light on what had been earlier revealed by no less than a former President of the United States: Ronald Reagan. In President Reagan’s Diary, the entry for Tuesday, June 11, 1985 (page 334) reads:

Lunch with 5 top space scientist. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people.

Reagan’s comment was revealing since the recently retired Space Shuttle held a maximum of eight people and only five were built for space flight. Even if all five took off fully loaded it would be impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Was Reagan revealing the existence of a highly classified space program that could accommodate hundreds of astronauts in orbit? Apparently so, according to dozens of military and corporate whistleblowers. Hidden within one of the nine unified combatant commands of the U.S. military, as McKinnon later discovered, appeared to be a highly classified fleet of aircraft carrier sized ships that operate in outer space.

Now that McKinnon no longer faces the threat of extradition and is unlikely to be prosecuted by British authorities, he may be able to reveal more about what he learned from sensitive U.S. military and government computer files about UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

I was ‘Invited’ Aboard a Craft by 3 Androgenous Beings in Long White Robes

My name is Kelvin Curnow, and I live in Plymouth, England. I have had several experiences with celestial craft (UFO’s ) since early childhood, and have also had telepathic communication with these craft on many occasions during my lifetime. I have always felt very strongly since childhood, that I do not belong here, but have to accept the fact, that I answered a call, and incarnated here for a higher purpose.

Many of us are known as ‘ starseeds ‘/’ lightworkers ‘, we are human in appearance, but have extraterrestrial souls to carry out the work that needs to be done on ‘ earth ‘ to raise higher human consciousness, to assist humanity during the current transition of the ‘ earth changes ‘, as prophesized by the Mayans of Central America and the Hopi Indians of Arizona.

When I reached the age of 34, I decided to go public about my experiences and was invited to India, to give talks to people of all religions, on my experiences with highly evolved benevolent extraterrestrials, that I had interacted with since early childhood.

In one of my many experiences, I  believe that I was either in a trance, or actually having an ‘ out of body ‘ experience, when at the age of 15,  I remember getting out of bed, walking down the stairs, and walking out of the back of the house and into the rear garden. Just beyond the garden wall, which was about 1 meter high, there was an open field with 3 or 4 horses about 100 meters away, at the top of the field.

Roughly 15 meters from the garden wall, there was a saucer / disc shaped craft, roughly 10 meters in diameter, glowing with white luminosity, and standing right by the craft, there were three beautiful androgenous beings, with long blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing long white robes.

They communicated with me telepathically, and I felt very strongly that I knew them, and that they knew me. I must state quite clearly, that I was not abducted, but was ‘ invited ‘ to board the craft. I went on board the spacecraft at my own freewill, as I felt so much love coming from these beautiful beings and felt entirely safe with them.

When I was on the craft, I had no recollection of being taken anywhere, but do remember there being crystals in the centre of the craft, of which I felt at the time, was their power source, when traveling to and from the ‘ motherships ‘, which actually travel interdimensionally, as there are many different dimensions and universes of reality. Also, because these craft are able to travel interdimensionally, they also have the ability to manipulate time-travel.

During my experience on board the craft, I was shown different timeline scenarios, of possible future world events, including enormous climate change and the collapse of the world’s monetary system. I was also shown other possible future world events, of which I will not disclose, however, whatever happens to the future of humanity, we must remember that the future is not set in stone, and that we the inhabitants of this beautiful planet, have the power to bring about the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, if we so choose to, putting behind our prejudices against skin color and religions, as ‘ We Are All One ‘.

All three beings were on the craft with me, one on the other side of the crystals opposite me, one to my left, and another being to my right. To this day, I have no idea where I may of been taken, but I do remember that I was able to communicate with them telepathically, and I remember feeling sad, when I came off the craft. In the morning, I just woke up in bed, and went off to school.

It was not until the 31st August, 1997, when the Princess of Wales was killed in a car accident in Paris, that I was sitting at a computer, and felt that I was receiving information of which I typed on the keyboard. Much of the information that came through, was about what we are experiencing in the current timeline, such as accelerated climate change, resulting in millions of people, crossing international borders in search of food and water, as well as increased earthquake and volcanic activity and the imminent collapse of the world’s financial institutions.

When I was incarnated here on ‘ earth ‘ in 1958, I had no memory of my past life existence, however, I feel a very strong connection with the ‘ Pleiades ‘ star system, and I do know for a fact, that planet ‘ earth ‘ is the only inhabited planet in the galaxy, that has a monetary system.

It is my belief, that due to the current transition of the ‘ earth changes ‘  that not only are we experiencing geophysical and climatic changes, but also changes in our current out-dated social, political and economic system, which will finally result in the collapse of the monetary system.

As long as there is a planetary monetary system in place, there will not be ‘ peace ‘ on this ‘ earth ‘ as it is the banking system that finances the wars that sadly continue to this day, but for not much longer, as money is just an illusion, that was introduced by the Romans just over 2,000 years ago, when ‘ salt ‘ was used as the first currency before metal coins.

There are enough resources on this planet for everyone, and no-one should ever have to go hungry or not have a warm comfortable home to live in. As soon as the monetary system collapses, I have absolutely no doubt, that there will be a temporary difficult transition, but at least we can all move forward without the monetary system, and build a better and much more loving world, as the ‘ creator ‘ intended it to be.

First man on moon dies along with secrets of what he saw

Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon died today from heart failure. For many, Armstrong is the all-American hero who performed the seemingly impossible. He fulfilled President Kennedy’s vision of putting a man on the moon before the end of the decade. Armstrong’s walk on the moon was televised and witnessed by hundreds of millions around the planet. For many it was an unforgettable experience and sparked hopes of a bright future for human space travel. What Armstrong experienced that day on the moon has been marked by controversy over a two minute period of radio silence that surprised viewers and fueled many theories over what really happened. According to alleged leaked government documents and photographs, Armstrong did not just see the barren landscape televised to millions, but something much more significant. According to NASA insiders and an alleged ham radio transmission intercept, what Armstrong witnessed that day changed his life, and led to the eventual abandonment of the manned lunar missions. According to alleged leaked documents, two huge extraterrestrial spacecraft watched the Apollo 11 landing, and observed the Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin moon walks.

During the Apollo 11 moon landing, there was a two minute period of radio silence. According to NASA, the problem arose from one of two television cameras overheating, thus disrupting the reception. What really happened, according to various sources, was that Armstrong and Aldrin saw something else watching them! According to Timothy Good, author of Above Top Secret (1988) HAM radio operators receiving the VHF signals transmitted from Apollo 11 to NASA’s Houston headquarters, intercepted the following message which NASA screened from the public in the missing two minutes:

Mission Control: What’s there ? Mission Control calling Apollo 11.
Apollo 11: These babies are huge, sir … enormous….Oh, God, you wouldn’t believe it! I’m telling you there are other space craft out there… lined up on the far side of the crater edge… they’re on the moon watching us. (Above Top Secret, p. 384.)

The HAM operator’s radio intercept was widely dismissed by the media, but in 1975 it received unexpected support. Maurice Chatelain, is a retired NASA communications engineer who helped develop the communications system used in the Apollo moon missions. In his 1975 book, Our Cosmic Ancestors, he wrote:

[O]nly moments before Armstrong stepped down the ladder to set foot on the Moon, two UFOs hovered overhead. Edwin Aldrin took several pictures of them. Some of these photographs have been published in the June 1975 issue of Modern People magazine.” (p. 25)

Later, in 1979, Chatelain said that Armstrong’s sighting of two UFOs over a lunar crater was being deliberately kept from the media and public by NASA:  “The encounter was common knowledge in NASA, but nobody has talked about it until now.” l Even more remarkably, Chatelain claimed that:

…all Apollo and Gemini flights were followed, both at a distance and sometimes also quite closely, by space vehicles of extraterrestrial origin – flying saucers, or UFOs, if you want to call them by that name. Every time it occurred, the astronauts informed Mission Control, who then ordered absolute silence.

Was the missing two minutes of radio silence during the Apollo 11 moon landing an attempt by NASA to cover up what Armstrong really saw on the moon? Were UFO sightings a common occurrence during Apollo missions?

According to Buzz Aldrin in a number of press interviews, Apollo 11 was indeed watched by a UFO during its journey to the moon. Aldrin describes how the Apollo 11 astronauts avoiding mentioning the word UFO in reporting what they were witnessing, and instead asked Houston about the location of the Saturn V launch rocket. Aldrin’s admission that Apollo 11 was being shadowed by a UFO does give credence to belief that UFOs did witness the moon landing, and Armstrong had reported this to NASA in a radio communication that resulted in the missing two minutes of radio silence. Aldrin’s admission also supports Chatelain’s claim that one or more extraterrestrial vehicles watched the Apollo 11 moon landing as Chatelain claimed in his book.

Is there any other source supporting the controversial claims that Neil Armstrong had witnessed two huge extraterrestrial vehicles over a lunar crater watching the Apollo 11 moon landing. According to Timothy Good, Dr Vladimir Azhazha, a physicist and Professor of Mathemeatics at Moscow University at the time:

Neil Armstrong relayed the message to Mission Control that two large, mysterious objects were watching them afte3r having landed near the moon module. But his message was never head by the public – because NASA censored it. (Above Top Secret, p. 384)

So why did NASA eventually terminate the Apollo missions if extraterrestrial visitors were there and watching the Earth? The answer according to Armstrong, as relayed by an unnamed Professor at a NASA symposium is as follows:

Professor: What really happened out there with Apollo 11?

Armstrong: It was incredible … of course, we had always known there was a possibility … the fact is, we were warned off. There was never any questions then of a space station or a moon city.

Professor: How do you mean “warned off”?

Armstrong: I can’t go into details, except to say that their ships were far superior to ours both in size and technology – Boy, where they big! … and menacing …. No, there is no question of a space station.

Professor: But NASA had other missions after Apollo 11?

Armstrong: Naturally – NASA was committed at that time, and couldn’t risk a panic on earth…. But it really was a quick scoop and back again. (Above Top Secret, p. 186)

So what’s the truth? Did Neil Armstrong really see extraterrestrial vehicles on the moon, who eventually warned NASA not to return? With Armstrong’s death we will perhaps never have his personal version of what really happened on that July day in 1969. Perhaps NASA will one day release an official version of what really happened, or have they already done so through a fictional movie admission by Buzz Aldrin? In the movie Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Buzz Aldrin comes forward to reveal a version of the truth about what he and Armstrong saw on the moon. In the movie he says on a secret black operations radio line to NASA, during public radio silence, while on the moon:

Buzz Aldrin: You cannot believe what we’re seeing…

Black Ops NASA Technician: We are not alone after all, are we?

Buzz Aldrin: No, sir. We’re not alone.

 
If the above events are true, it must have been very difficult for Armstrong to keep official silence about what he really saw on the moon for over four decades. Perhaps that explains his reclusive nature after the lunar missions, and public reticence in describing his personal experiences on the moon. If so, he remained true to his word and kept silence despite any personal reservations to the contrary. Neil Armstrong was an American Patriot to the end.

Ethics of Transdimensional Extraterrestrials

Is this a sign that transdimensional information controls reality? This UFO-shaped “Adinkra” (drawn by Landweber) represents a binary, error-correcting program discovered by Superstring & Supersymmetry physicist Sylvester James Gates.

I think that -upon coming in contact with our particular physical reality- extraterrestrials equally acquire internal limitations in relation to each other and to us and must therefore follow a careful kind of engagement with Humanity and this would impinge upon what we would consider their ethics. Many of us have asked are extraterrestrials benevolent or malevolent? Are some benevolent and some malevolent or are we only imposing our human standards onto them? Opinions are heated and there might be good reasons for any of those evaluations while -typically- we might be emotionally attached to any of these. However, I think that the issue needs to be more intelligently considered and we might make progress. The simple answer might be both and neither but let me start from the beginning.

“False Flag,” human-created, ET invasions would be events that cater to a primitive – or rather naive- way of experiencing the world, one dependent upon external, physical manipulation. If the “container” or “conveyor” of physical experiences itself (what we currently call space-time) can be modified, the relational situation among ETS with this capability would not be what we normally expect. An “either-or” issue is normally more limited to mechanistic, classical science. According to my ongoing research on the origins of physical reality, modifying physical space-time first requires connecting more intensely with specific patterns in the metaphysically prior “Astral” Subtle or Mental” Realm…a realm (unlike the physical universe we are more consciously aware of) of immediate, interior, subjective expression; a realm in which mental objects manifest in the exterior or shared experiential space after the primacy of interior, subjective insights. While time in a physical universe can be primarily understood as allowing distinct, sequential, experiences or intuitive apprehensions (in Whitehead’s sense), time in the Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm can be understood as allowing exterior experiential objects to coincide with interior-subjective insights in any order suitable to that interiority. In both cases “time” allows distinctions to be made as perfect experiential unity is neither of the Physical nor of the Astral-Subtle-Mental realms. While in the Physical Realm (composed of conceivable and possible physical universes) exterior objects limit experiential insights within an exterior order in the Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm exterior objects would accommodate or directly respond to insights. The degree of denial of the latter would determine how physical a universe is.

If there’s any truth in relation to any fundamental shift being introduced by a pre-quantum realm “code” or “signal” stemming from the center of our galaxy on December 21st, 2012, it may have to do with an Astral-Subtle-Mental reprogramming of patterns that affect what is possible in our experience of the physical universe. For us, the change might occur gradually rather than in a quantum leap kind of way and it might just manifest as an increased way in which our physical reality might be able to interact with the Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm and with subtler physical universes. Connections will probably naturally open with physical universes whose systemic components resonate with precisely defined greater or more inclusive degrees of interaction with the Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm. According to some contactees from the Mission Rahma group, this re-coding of fundamental Subtle Realm patterns affecting our physical universe might affect extraterrestrials more immediately and intensely than what we’ll experience.

I think that physical universes are specifically regulated and depend (for their specific fundamental values and degree of macro-experiential separation from their own negentropy (or degree of synergistic causality obtained from combining with its own negentropic states) upon specific limitations imposed upon the more fundamental Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm whose shared experiential spaces or exteriors respond to the mind without the experiential limitations or dimensions which we call duration or distance. The amount of asymmetry introduced to that Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm is concomitant to how physical and limited to inertia, entropy, experiential delay, and separate objective cause-effect relations a particular physical universe is. This asymmetry would also separate the macro-scale, entropic, time-forward causality we are ordinarily conscious of, from the micro-scale, negentropic, probably associated retrocausality we are ordinarily unaware of or tend to occasionally perceive in a subconscious, dream-like, precognitive, or altered state. Nevertheless, both causalities seem to remain symmetrical at the quantum relativistically-invariant level of unobserved events as suggested by the Klein-Gordon Equation. That our universe might be designed, specified, and programmed might be reflected in the Adinkras drawn by Gregory D. Landweber which (according to superstring physicist Silvester James Gates) apparently represent error-correcting, binary programs accompanying the physical laws of our physical universe.

Being able to reconnect both complementary causal and retrocausal, time-forward and time-backward probably but (in so far as they coincide, actual or real physical spaces would increase the gauge symmetry (as Dr. William A. Tiller might say) and would require (as Dr. William A. Tiller might also say) intervention from the subjacent Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm common to both and whose intervention capability or what would correspond to Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm quanta of action might operate both at speeds below C and above C (the speed of light in the vacuum). In fact, particular subsets of that metaphysically prior realm of physical consequence may be stably interactive with the akashic vacuum plenum that may sustain all realm levels and qualitatively different kinds of realities thus also sustaining our specific physical universe.

I think that would matter most to advanced ET beings would be the ability to experience while structuring information knowing quite well that all levels of the Cosmos are defined but interactive, pliable and ultimately not “Real.” Being able to manipulate the possibilities of EXPERIENCE and the INFORMATION which structures experiential objects by manipulating what we call “dimensions, space, and time impinges upon the “rules of collective engagement” among different transdimensional ET species. This makes these rules more sophisticated than what we normally think as most of us in this physical Earth are still limited to a parochial, animalistic (predator-prey effective) sense of macro-level, material reality. In this way of experiencing reality, exterior physical actions dominate, and we are instinctively used to dangers coming from the outside. Nevertheless, trying to impose one’s will or to satisfy one’s species needs primarily through physically external actions and technologies would make no sense if the manipulation of EXPERIENCE and of object-structuring INFORMATION depends upon the sensitive issue of shared inner spaces. These are relational “spaces” and relational spaces cannot be ignored to sustain a subjective sense of being and technological advancement would force a deeper kind of relational space. Upon entering our physical world the extraterrestrial inner relational spaces would be compromised. Thus, agreements among transdimensional ET species would have to take this into account as shared inner spaces have to be respected. Another way to say it is that, in order to interact with our physical reality, the ETS imaginal worlds (in the Jungian sense) would be compromised. These worlds are Astral-Subtle-Mental but do generate physical effects and would generate physical effects in the particular physical universe they come from. Thus, having to share aspects of their “imaginal worlds in order to interact with our particular physical reality would imperil the realm where their subjective experiences (most intimately linked to their sense of being) unfold. Their first-person, subjective experiences inevitably linked to a shared, second person we-generating relational Astral-Subtle-Mental space in turn linked to the production of the particular physical reality they want to interact with would be affected if they intervened too aggressively or distorted how we perceive and experience our physical reality.

It is not a simple as saying that we are imposing our “good and evil” prejudices and dichotomies upon them or as saying that all of them have a benevolent intention because they have overcome dichotomous thinking. Generally speaking, they may have different histories, inclinations, needs motivations, and agendas but their interaction with our physical reality would open them to certain perils. Through acquiring Earth human Astral-Subtle-Mental patterns, the way they experience their agentic or volitional selves in their stable physical universe might acquire characteristics related to a distortion imposed on us. Expression vehicles internal to their agentic or volitional selves could be altered. The different sets of engagement ethics with physical Earth humans could be primarily contrived and rationally-objectively accepted or primarily adopted from a willing and subjective initiative. The former would be like a rational, objective, third-person, practical gentlemen’s agreement so as not to imperil Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm experiential vehicles mutually internal to all ET species involved (when interacting with the particular physical universe in which our Earth humanity manifests. The latter would be like a more synergistic, spontaneous, first-person subjectively-initiated desire to enhance the lives of all entities involved in these multiple reality interphases. In either case, we would not see external, overt invasion tactics as most False Flag ET invasion scenarios would apparently simulate. The demands of a higher realm subtlety, so to speak, would impose similar complications on all extraterrestrial participants.

Being able to manipulate the same space-time while sharing the same Astral-Subtle-Mental  experiential “space” would change the “ball game” as few ET civilizations would risk disarraying their internal Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm order with which their people experience their unique interpretive sense of reality. Thus, there would be a mechanism in place to deter or intercept the few rogues, transdimensionally-capable ETS not playing by the rules. The same mechanism would force ET entities with different needs, motivations, and agendas to respect each other and not to intervene beyond what is minimally required. Those not willing to maintain the general agreed-upon safety of all ET civilizations with a stake in humanity and physical Earth would be sifted out.

The degree of reconnection (or of mutually canceling) of the causal and retrocausal or of the primarily entropic and negentropic complementary physical aspects that originally spring from the (duration cero and distance cero) mental object-manifesting objective exteriors corresponding to the Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm would generate various degrees of more or less ethereal and more or less dense physical universes. Some of these universes would allegedly be the ones from which many ET species originate. They would still be physical as their intuitive experiential grasp would follow from exterior objects (however syntropic and synchronistic that experience might be). When the mutual cancellation of the causal and retrocausal split is complete, we would not be speaking of physical universes any longer as experience would not manifest through the use of exterior objects interacting under the dimensions of distance and delay.

The subsets of the Astral-Subtle-Mental Realm components of visiting extraterrestrials (subsets impinging upon their own physical realities and timelines) become shared internal components with us when they shift their vibratory states in order to resonate and relate with our physical universe. This means that the Astral-Subtle-Mental a previous potential agentic or volitionally active aspect of their selves becomes actual or active and coincidental with ours. Again, these subsets (required to relate with our physical universe) would become actual from a previous (non-interactive) potential state and, as being components that manifest our physical universe now coincide with their own actual and agentic interior experiences. These Astral-Subtle-Mental subsets of extraterrestrial physical universes that would now coincide with the same Astral-Subtle-Mental subsets that generate our particular physical universe and kind of experiences would also become common to all the ET species physically interacting with us. In other words, the patterns would be incorporated and would become internal or free-will responding to their own agency, to our agency, and to the agency of any being interacting with our physical universe and timeline. This would not just impose responsibilities but also restrictions and inherent safeguards.
