The “Breakthrough Listen” initiative is the largest scientific program designed to survey the million closest stars to Earth for any signs of radio and laser transmissions, which extraterrestrials might use to communicate with one another or the galaxy at large. The project has gained a new tool for its arsenal, the ‘Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System’, or ‘VERITAS’.
VERITAS is made up of four 40-foot telescopes designed to detect gamma rays by the bursts of blue light they create as they hit the Earth’s upper atmosphere. The Breakthrough Listen team claims the tech is so powerful it can detect a laser with the energy of a regular light bulb from 25 trillion miles away. The idea is that if aliens are using lasers to communicate, Earth might just happen to cross the path of a rogue beam for a split second, alerting us to their presence even if that wasn’t their direct intention.
Yuri Milner, founder of the Breakthrough Initiatives, says, “When it comes to intelligent life beyond Earth, we don’t know where it exists or how it communicates. Our philosophy is to look in as many places, and in as many ways, as we can. VERITAS expands our range of observation even further.”
Andrew Siemion, leader of the Listen team, says, “Breakthrough Listen is already the most powerful, comprehensive, and intensive search yet undertaken for signs of intelligent life beyond Earth. Now, with the addition of VERITAS, we’re sensitive to an important new class of signals: fast optical pulses. Optical communication has already been used by NASA to transmit high definition images to Earth from the Moon, so there’s reason to believe that an advanced civilization might use a scaled-up version of this technology for interstellar communication.”

Statistically, it’s pretty much a given that alien life is out there somewhere, whether that’s Martian microbes or highly intelligent life beaming comms through the cosmos. While the Curiosity rover is poking around in the dirt for the former, the Breakthrough Listen initiative is searching for the latter. Now, a new telescope array has joined the hunt, scanning the skies for flashes of laser light that alien civilizations might be giving off.

The Breakthrough Listen initiative is the largest scientific program designed specifically to find evidence of extraterrestrials. The aim is to survey the million closest stars to Earth for any signs of radio and laser transmissions, which aliens might be using to communicate with each other or even deliberately broadcasting their existence. The team claims the tech is so powerful it can detect a laser with the energy of a regular light bulb from 25 trillion miles (40 trillion km) away.

And now the project has a new tool in its arsenal. The Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System (VERITAS) is made up of four 12-m (40-ft) telescopes, and was designed to detect gamma rays by the bursts of blue light they create as they hit the Earth’s upper atmosphere.

As part of Breakthrough Listen, VERITAS will search for pulses of laser light that might be as short as a few nanoseconds. The idea is that if aliens are using lasers to communicate, Earth might just happen to cross the path of a rogue beam for a split second, alerting us to their presence even if that wasn’t their direct intention.

• Half-a-century after the Apollo 11 astronauts were televised landing on the Moon, one-in-10 Americans believe that NASA faked the whole thing, according to a new poll by SatelliteInternet.com. The number of people who doubt the Moon landing has risen over the last 20 years. A 1999 Gallup poll found that only six percent of Americans doubted the official NASA story.

• Young people, known as ‘Millennials’, make up 18% of these “truthers” who doubt the official NASA version of the mission. Rebecca Lee Armstrong, of SatelliteInternet.com, said, “[M]ore Moon landing conspiracists pop up with every new generation.” She added, “Millennials and Gen Z’ers between the ages of 18 and 34 are six times more likely to believe that NASA pulled the biggest con of the twentieth century than people who were actually around for the first Moon landing are.” 35 to 54 year old’s account for 8%, and Americans over 54 account for 3% who doubt the government. Those who witnessed the Moon landing live on television in 1969 were least likely to question the event.

• About 75% of Moon landing conspiracists also believe that aliens have visited our planet.

• Of those denying that the Moon landing ever happened, 41% think the US flag “waving” on the Moon was a dead giveaway. 53% of Moon landing deniers believe that the actual Moon landing occurred later than 1969. And 98% fear the government spies on its citizens through technology. 51% are also convinced NASA never landed a robotic rover on Mars.

• In response to these naysayers, NASA’s reply was, “Yes, we did.”

• [Editor’s Note] Since NASA is famous for ‘Never A Straight Answer’, it is no wonder that so many Americans harbor doubts about the 1969 Moon landing, especially the younger ones who have not spent a lifetime being indoctrinated by Deep State disinformation. NASA and the Deep State have always denied the truth of the mission. The truth is that several large and menacing alien spacecraft directly oversaw the entire event, in plain view, as Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed their Lunar Module on the Moon and took a “giant leap for mankind”. On a secure NASA medical radio frequency, Armstrong relayed to mission control the presence of ‘Santa Clause’, code for alien craft. Anticipating this, NASA had “B” roll film footage of fake Moon scenes created by Stanley Kubrick using the sets from his movie “2001: A Space Odyssey”, although they never resorted to using this film footage during the televised event. They were able to edit the footage to hide the alien presence. The aliens did not want them to return. This is the reason why NASA never embarked on any new missions to the Moon after the Apollo missions were completed. Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were sworn to secrecy under the threat of harm to the men and their families. Armstrong lived a reclusive life, rarely giving interviews and only confirming the presence of alien craft to close family and friends. Aldrin has been more outspoken, although cryptic in his public statements, especially in recent years.

NASA landed the first man on the Moon 50 years ago this month on July 20, 1969. The Apollo 11 mission saw astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins fly to the Moon and back. But half-a-century later, conspiracists still doubt NASA with one-in-10 Americans accusing the space agency of faking the Moon landing. A new poll conducted ahead of the 50th Apollo 11 anniversary has found the highest number of these so-called truthers fall within the millennial age bracket.

According to the survey by SatelliteInternet.com, the number of people who doubt the Moon landing has risen in the last 20 years.

In 1999, a Gallup poll found only six percent of Americans doubted the official NASA story.

The most recent survey, however, has found 10 percent of Americans do not believe the Moon landing was real.

Of those who doubt the 1969 Moon landing, 18 percent are millennials and “Gen Zers” aged 18 to 34.

Rebecca Lee Armstrong, of SatelliteInternet.com, said in a report: “Survey results showed that more Moon landing conspiracists pop up with every new generation.

“Millennials and Gen Zers between the ages of 18 and 34 are six times more likely to believe that NASA pulled the biggest con of the twentieth century than people who were actually around for the first Moon landing are.

“Younger participants were also more likely to identify as flat-Earthers, but that’s more of a global problem.”
Those aged 35 to 54 only account for about eight percent of Moon landing deniers.

Another three percent of those who deny the Moon landing are aged 54 or older.

According to the survey, those who witnessed the Moon landing unfold live on television were least likely to question the event.

Moon Landing Mission Recordings Spark UFO Claims as ‘Tracks’ Seen by Apollo Astronauts

• In 1971, the crew of Apollo 15 – David Scott, Alfred Worden, and James Irwin – were the fourth group of astronauts to land on the Moon. When they got there, however, they saw neatly organized vehicle tracks on the surface and relayed this information to mission control. The conversation was picked up by UFOlogist Don Wilson. In his 1975 book ‘Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon’, Wilson wrote, “What are these tracks? Who made them? Where did they come from? Does NASA have an answer for the people?”.

• A transcript between the astronauts and ground control shows how the crew spotted the tracks leading up to Mt Hadley – a mountain range on the northern hemisphere of the Moon. James Irwin tells mission control “tracks here as we go down slope” “I can’t get over those lineations, that layering on Mt. Hadley”. David Scott adds, “I can’t either. That’s really spectacular.”

• Irwin continues, “That’s the most organized structure I’ve ever seen!” Scott says, “It’s so uniform in width.” Irwin notes, “Nothing we’ve seen before this has shown such uniform thickness from the top of the tracks to the bottom.”

• Conspiracy website UFO-Aliens.co.uk says there is something strange going on, with the page reading: “Many people feel we have not been told the complete truth regarding NASA’s space program, in particular the Apollo Missions of the late 60’s and early 70’s. “Something is seriously amiss.”

AN APOLLO mission which went to the Moon saw “organised” tracks on the lunar surface which conspiracy theorists believe is evidence of aliens.

The Apollo 15 crew, consisting of David Scott, Alfred Worden, James Irwin, became just the fourth group to land on the Moon in 1971. However, they were in for a shock once they got there, as they supposedly saw neatly organised tracks on the surface. A transcript between the astronauts and ground control shows how the crew spotted “organised” tracks leading up to Mt Hadley – a mountain range on the northern hemisphere of the Moon – leading to UFO theories.

The conversation between the crew and ground control is as follows:

Scott: Arrowhead really runs east to west.

Mission Control: Roger, we copy.

Irwin: Tracks here as we go down slope.

Mission Control: Just follow the tracks, huh?

Irwin: Right we’re (garble). We know that’s a fairly good run. We’re bearing 320, hitting range for 413 … I can’t get over those lineations, that layering on Mt. Hadley.

Scott: I can’t either. That’s really spectacular.

Irwin: They sure look beautiful.

Scott: Talk about organisation!

Irwin: That’s the most organised structure I’ve ever seen!

The sighting has prompted speculation from alien hunters with a debate that still rages on to this day.

• NASA and the government didn’t want the public to know the truth about what the Apollo 11 astronauts encountered when they landed on the Moon in July of 1969.

• Former U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Bob Dean, who served for NATO, says that NASA erased up to 40 rolls of film from the mission, including “the flight to the Moon, and flight around the Moon, the landings on the Moon, the walking guys here and there.”

• Founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, Steven Greer, confirmed that there exists video footage of the Apollo 11 astronauts’ UFO sightings. The footage, however, has never been released to the public. Greer relates how friends and relatives of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin told Greer that the astronauts saw UFOs on the Moon during their mission.

• On July 8th in an official statement (see here), NASA admitted some of the tapes from the Apollo 11 mission are currently missing and may have been erased. The agency stated on its website that “NASA searched for but could not locate some of the original Apollo 11 data tapes – ‘original’ in the sense that they directly recorded data transmitted from the Moon.”

• “An intensive search of archives and records concluded that the most likely scenario was that the program managers determined there was no longer a need to keep the tapes – since all the video and data were recorded elsewhere – and they were erased and reused,” NASA added. The space agency did not elaborate on the contents or theories surrounding the missing video footage.

Several conspiracy theorists including a U.S. Army officer who served for NATO have openly blamed NASA for covering up the UFOs encountered by astronauts from the Apollo 11 Moon mission. According to them, the space agency allegedly destroyed evidence of the encounter by deleting tapes from the event.

Bob Dean, a former U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major, noted that NASA erased up to 40 rolls of film from the mission. He said this was the agency way of ensuring that the public will never learn about what truly happened during the first human mission to the Moon.

Dean’s accusations against NASA were strengthened by the revelation of Steven Greer, the founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. In a video posted on YouTube, Greer said that the friends and relatives of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin told him that the astronauts saw UFOs on the Moon during their mission.

Greer added that military officials confirmed that there are footages of the astronauts’ UFO sightings. The videos, however, were not released to the public.

NASA Space Video Shows Swarms of UFOs Floating Near Soyuz Rocket

• A new International Space Station (ISS) video on YouTube has revealed a swarm of UFOs approaching a Russian Soyuz spacecraft as it prepares to dock with the ISS in December 2015. As sunlight hits the spacecraft and illuminates its surroundings, tiny orbs of light begin to appear in the background. Some of these, including a ring-shaped object, closely approach the spacecraft as if they’re examining it. (see 10:14 minute video below)

• The 2015 event closely resembles the infamous UFO Tether Incident from the STS-75 Space Shuttle mission in 1996. The main objective of the Columbia shuttle mission was to deploy a tethered satellite in space, but the tether securing the satellite broke. The NASA cameras then picked up dozens of small ring-shaped orbs converging on NASA’s satellite as it drifted in space. (see 2 minute video below)

A new video revealed a swarm of UFOs approaching a Soyuz spacecraft as it prepared to dock with NASA’s International Space Station (ISS). The event closely resembled the infamous UFO Tether Incident from the STS-75 mission in 1996.

UFO enthusiast Scott Waring of ET Data Base recently shared a video made by a YouTube user about a strange incident that happened with the ISS. In the clip, a Soyuz spacecraft can be seen preparing its approach in order to dock with the station.

As sunlight hits the spacecraft and illuminates its surroundings, tiny orbs of light begin to appear in the background. Some of these, including a ring-shaped object, even closely approach the spacecraft as if they’re examining it.

Due to the deliberate and non-uniformed movements of the objects, Waring speculated that the UFOsseen in the video could actually be living organisms. He even likened the objects to plankton found on Earth. Waring theorized that they approached the Soyuz spacecraft out of curiosity.

• Navy pilots have reported seeing alien UFOs is the skies, and Congressmen are being briefed on it. These UFO sightings should be investigated in a scientific way, but errors in thinking are undermining the effort. There are two reasons why we should not conclude that these are extraterrestrial craft.

• But the pro-extraterrestrial visitation arguments rest on two serious errors. One is the confusion of observations with interpretations, and the other is a slight twist on an error called ‘god of the gaps’.

• The first error is that Navy pilots cannot know a flying object’s speed or acceleration without knowing whether these were little things seen up close, or bigger things farther away. Former NASA engineer James Oberg says, “The bizarre events reported by Navy pilots are not ‘observations’; they are interpretations of what the raw observations might mean.”

• The second error is that when a scientist cannot explain something, they go to the supernatural explanation or an “act of God”. The same thing is happening with UFOs, with alien visitors being used to fill gaps in our understanding of the latest detection technology, the sky and human vision. Extraterrestrial visitors and gods fall into the same category of unscientific explanation because they haven’t shown themselves to humanity in a coherent enough way for claims about them to be tested.

• The arguments for extraterrestrial UFOs falsely equate the possibility that extraterrestrial life exists with the plausibility that it’s visiting us. Yes, there are other planets out there, and some might harbor life forms. But why should we assume they’d want to come here? Are we really that exciting?

• Many UFOs have been explained scientifically. The Air Force conducted studies starting in 1947, and continuing through the 1960’s, when the matter was turned over to a panel of civilian scientists headed by physicist Edward Condon at the University of Colorado. The committee explained most of the outstanding cases as reflections, equipment glitches, balloons, astronomical phenomena and human-built craft. So what about the unexplained cases?

• Len Finegold, a retired UC physics professor who consulted on a few Condon cases says there are plenty of unexplained phenomena left in physics, “so we’re used to that.” Mysteries of life may one day be solved, but in the meantime, let’s get comfortable with the gaps.

• [Editor’s Note] This is a hard core Deep State response to the UFO phenomenon, which the government has maintained since the 1940’s. They roll out their greatest hits of half-baked, irrational arguments to prove that UFOs and aliens do not exist. First, experienced Navy pilots have no idea what they are looking at. Second, the ignorant public tends to attribute outrageous religious or supernatural explanations to natural but as yet undiscovered phenomenon. Thirdly, the government has thoroughly and scientifically examined the UFO phenomenon and proclaimed that there is nothing to it. Lastly – and this is the best one – why would any extraterrestrial want to come here? It appears that the Deep State has shifted its ‘deny and cover-up’ strategy from all-out ridicule to a reasoned argument that we’re all just a bunch of idiots who should leave the heavy thinking to the ‘experts’.

If you’re reluctant to believe the latest round of media claims that alien spacecraft are lurking around our airspace and surprising Navy pilots, well, you are not alone.

The New York Times leaned toward aliens as the reason Navy pilots have seen unexplained flying objects, and the Washington Post made a similar case in its news coverage followed by a guest editorial: “UFOs exist and everyone needs to adjust to that fact.” Others followed suit. Congress is getting classified briefings.

But the pro-extraterrestrial visitation arguments rest on two serious errors. One is the confusion of observations with interpretations, and the other is a slight twist on an error called god of the gaps. The UFO sightings should be investigated in a scientific way, but the errors are undermining the effort.

The first error made in most of the news coverage was to claim that Navy pilots observed craft that accelerated, rose upwards or turned faster than was physically possible. But pilots can’t know any object’s speed or acceleration without knowing whether these were little things, seen close up, or bigger things, that were farther away. It’s just one clue that the vocabulary is being blurred.

James Oberg, a former NASA engineer turned space journalist, pointed out: “The bizarre events reported by Navy pilots are not ‘observations’; they are interpretations of what the raw observations might mean.” To start an investigation from a conclusion rather than from data is, he says, “a recipe for confusion and frustration and dead-ended detours.” 1

The other error cropped up many times when I wrote newspaper stories about evolution. Readers would sometimes write in to argue that if scientists couldn’t completely explain some phenomenon – say, the origin of DNA – then it must be an act of God. Theologians sometimes use the term “god of the gaps” to describe the erroneous use of supernatural explanations for natural phenomena that aren’t yet explained. The same thing is happening with UFOs, with alien visitors being used to fill gaps in our understanding of the latest detection technology, the sky and human vision.

Alien Researcher Releases Footage of UFOs Hovering Above Wasatch Mountains in Utah

• The YouTuber, Mavixxx, uploaded a video from Pana Rican of two glowing UFOs hovering above the Wasatch Mountain range in Utah on June 04, 2019 in broad daylight.

• Conspiracy theorists claim that extraterrestrial visitors like to hide themselves, and build bases, near mountain ranges or underwater, and that this known to NASA and the US government. They argue that NASA is intentionally covering up the secrets regarding alien life fearing a public panic.

• [Editor’s Note] SSP insiders William Tompkins and Corey Goode have both claimed that the caverns underneath the Wasatch Mountains in Utah was the location where the US Navy built its Solar Warden fleet of eight over-sized submarines retro-fitted with anti-gravity and electromagnetic propulsion during the 1970’s, and deployed in the 1980’s. Electromagnetic propulsion reportedly renders the object as a glowing orb to the viewing bystander.

Conspiracy theorists have long been alleging that aliens from deep space used to visit earth regularly, and most of the time, they will be hiding near mountain ranges and underwater. Adding heat to their claims, an anonymous alien researcher known by the name ‘Mavixxx’ has released a mysterious video that shows two unidentified glowing objects hovering above the Wasatch Mountain ranges in Utah.

After uploading the video of the bizarre UFO sighting on YouTube, Mavixxx claimed that the clip was sent to him by a user named Pana Rican. The conspiracy theorist also revealed that the alleged sighting happened on June 04, 2019. In the video which was shot in broad daylight, two unidentified flying objects, one pretty large when compared to the other was seen hovering silently above the ranges.

In the same video, Mavixxx has also unveiled several other UFO sightings that happened in the past few months, and out of them, the most interesting one being a clip apparently captured from Edmonton, Canada. In the clip, a jet plane can be seen flying low, and in the meantime, a cylindrical UFO zipped past the flight at an amazing speed.

Blue Sky Found on Mars – ‘Photos Make NASA Look Like Fools’

• Using photos taken by the NASA Mars Global Surveyor space probe in the late 1990s, the Mundo Desconocido YouTube channel zoomed down on intriguing shapes found on the Martian surface which, when colorized, appeared to bring to life lakes and forests on Mars. The Spanish-speaking narrator questions whether NASA has been covering-up evidence of alien life on Mars. “This is not the first time possible plant life and water have been seen in a Mars photo, but never before at this scale.” (see 10:14 minute video below)

• “Officially no life has been announced to be living on Mars yet these objects appear to be just that,” says the video narrator. “According to scientists plants cannot survive on the Red Planet, yet many believe this is what we are seeing here.” “But after seeing these images, can there now be any doubt?

• Self-proclaimed UFO expert Scott Waring described the trove of Mars photos as “100 percent proof that Mars is more than we were told by NASA”. “Areas that appear to be shallow ponds with bushes surrounding it are evident in photos. Tall tree-like plants grow from cracks in the ground that probably contain water for them to thrive upon,” says Waring. “A blue sky has been found in many Mars photos, making NASA look like fools.” “Sometime in our lifetime humans will get to Mars and the truth will get out. Until then, we only know what the public has dug-up within thin NASA archives.”

Outlandish claims about the reality of life on the Red Planet were first made on the Mundo Desconocido YouTube channel. The alien life conspiracy theorists used unearthed photos taken by the NASA Mars Global Surveyor space probe in the late 1990s. And intriguing shapes found on the Martian surface were then colourised, appearing to bring to life lakes and forests on Mars.

The unnamed narrator is heard questioning whether respected US space agency NASA has been covering-up evidence of alien life on Mars.

He said: “Mars appears to be just as beautiful as our own planet Earth.

“But if this is true, why has this been kept secret for so long?

US and Japan to Cooperate on Return to the Moon

• At a May 27th joint press conference in Tokyo, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and President Donald Trump announced their agreement for the two nations to cooperate in space exploration. “I am pleased to confirm that Prime Minister Abe and I have agreed to dramatically expand our nations’ cooperation in human space exploration,” Trump said. “Japan will join our mission to send U.S. astronauts to space. We’ll be going to the moon. We’ll be going to Mars very soon. It’s very exciting.”

• The agreement between the two leaders was not released, and neither Trump nor Abe would elaborate. A State Department fact sheet noted that the two “agreed on the importance of a sustained human presence on and around the moon.” “Building on its International Space Station (ISS) experience, Japanese astronauts will strive to join American astronauts on the moon and destinations beyond,” the fact sheet noted.

• Japan, a major partner on the ISS, had shown an interest in participating in aspects of NASA’s renewed push to return to the moon, including contributing modules to the Gateway facility NASA plans to develop in lunar orbit to support human lunar landings. The agreement could include Japanese astronauts going to the moon.

• NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine tweeted that he was “very excited” about the agreement announced by Trump and Abe. “Japan and [JAXA] are critical partners in our efforts to go forward to the Moon and on to Mars!”

• In a video released by NASA, Hiroshi Yamakawa, president of the Japanese space agency said, “It’s a great pleasure to collaborate with NASA in that endeavor.”

• With the White House’s urging, NASA accelerated its plans to return humans to the lunar surface by 2024, versus the 2028 date in its previous plans. Major roles for international partners will mostly be deferred to the second phase, which will focus on establishing a sustainable human presence on and around the moon after the 2024 landing. Ken Bowersox, deputy associate administrator for human exploration and operations at NASA, said that if international partners can accelerate their contributions, “they’re welcome to participate in the early phases.”

• The Japanese company ‘ispace’ is developing commercial lunar landers as part of a team led by the American company, Draper, that won one of nine Commercial Lunar Payload Services agreements from NASA last November to transport research payloads to the lunar surface. Founder and chief executive of ispace Takeshi Hakamada stated, “We are thrilled to learn that the U.S. and Japan will deepen its strong relationship in space exploration through a focused effort on lunar exploration.”

Japan, a major partner on the ISS, had shown an interest in participating in aspects of NASA’s renewed push to return to the moon, including contributing modules to the Gateway facility NASA plans to develop in lunar orbit to support human lunar landings.

“It’s a great pleasure to collaborate with NASA in that endeavor,” Hiroshi Yamakawa, president of the Japanese space agency JAXA, said in a video released by NASA May 28 about international cooperation on the development of the Gateway and its overall lunar plans.

• Paranormal theorist Michael Horn claims to have conducted hundreds of interviews, including NASA employees, in his research to prove that Billy Meier, the Swiss UFO contactee, was in fact truthful. Using scientific methodologies with state-of-the-art software to analyse and authenticate his evidence, Horn claims to have “found over 250 examples of specific, previously unknown scientific information that Meier published”.

• Meier claims to have information provided to him by aliens “about every planet in the solar system, as well as black holes, the speed of gravity, the impending threat posed by asteroid Apophis, and terrestrial environmental, seismic and volcanic events”. Horn says that aliens have been warning Mr Meier about the fate of humanity.

• “If deemed genuine, we are now confronted with the most important – and unexpected – discovery in science and human history, the confirmed existence of, and ongoing contact with, intelligent extraterrestrial life.” Says Horn. “Should that be the case, we will want to pay particular attention to the warnings they have provided about coming environmental, geopolitical and financial events that may threaten our future survival.

• Horn spoke to NASA-USGS scientist Ken Herkenhoff, who stated, “I should say that I have long hoped that we have or will be contacted by advanced civilizations and that we could learn from them, and that the statistics of potentially habitable planets in our galaxy suggests that there are probably many advanced civilizations.”

• Horn will present his research at the ‘Contact in the Desert’ UFO festival (this weekend) in Indian Wells, California.

NASA’s Full Artemis Plan Revealed: 37 Launches and a Lunar Outpost

• In March 2019, Vice President Mike Pence directed NASA to return to the Moon by 2024. Since then, NASA has been working on a plan to accomplish this using existing technology, large projects nearing completion, and commercial rockets. The first draft of this unofficial “Artemis Plan” reveal a human landing in 2024, annual sorties to the lunar surface, and the construction of a Moon base beginning in 2028. It involves 37 launches of private and NASA rockets, and a mix of robotic and human landers. This plan is everything Pence asked for—an urgent human return, a Moon base, a mix of existing and new contractors.

• NASA’s projected cost for this program is $6 billion to $8 billion per year on top of NASA’s existing budget of about $20 billion. NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine has asked for an additional $1.6 billion in fiscal year 2020 to jump-start its lander development. Due to its massive cost, an international partnership will be needed to sustain this plan. The White House has proposed paying for the lunar project with a surplus in the Pell Grant Reserve Fund (provided to low-income college students). But this appears to be a non-starter with House Democrats.

• Boeing has been working on the core stage of the Space Launch System for eight years. The three-stage, reusable lunar lander envisioned by NASA to get humans to the lunar surface will require new, upgraded engines and control systems, including fuel management. It is uncertain that Boeing will be able to deliver an SLS core stage in 2020, then again in 2022, and then six more between 2024 and 2028, according to this ambitious plan.

• Funding for the lunar program is a harsh political reality. Will Congressional Democrats insist that NASA funding may only come from Department of Defense funds earmarked for Space Force? And what if Trump is not re-elected in 2020? Will a new administration pursue a lunar program that has barely gotten off the ground? Or will it pivot toward a lower-cost space program that makes extensive use of the new private space industry?

• If the funding issues are resolved, this NASA plan could take us back to the Moon. But it probably won’t happen by 2024. A more realistic date would be 2026 at the earliest, say sources inside NASA.

In the nearly two months since Vice President Mike Pence directed NASA to return to the Moon by 2024, space agency engineers have been working to put together a plan that leverages existing technology, large projects nearing completion, and commercial rockets to bring this about.

Last week, an updated plan that demonstrated a human landing in 2024, annual sorties to the lunar surface thereafter, and the beginning of a Moon base by 2028, began circulating within the agency. A graphic, shown below, provides information about each of the major launches needed to construct a small Lunar Gateway, stage elements of a lunar lander there, fly crews to the Moon and back, and conduct refueling missions.

This decade-long plan, which entails 37 launches of private and NASA rockets, as well as a mix of robotic and human landers, culminates with a “Lunar Surface Asset Deployment” in 2028, likely the beginning of a surface outpost for long-duration crew stays. Developed by the agency’s senior human spaceflight manager, Bill Gerstenmaier, this plan is everything Pence asked for—an urgent human return, a Moon base, a mix of existing and new contractors.

One thing missing is its cost. NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine has asked for an additional $1.6 billion in fiscal year 2020 as a down payment to jump-start lander development. But all of the missions in this chart would cost much, much more. Sources continue to tell Ars that the internal projected cost is $6 billion to $8 billion per year on top of NASA’s existing budget of about $20 billion.

The plan also misses what is likely another critical element. It’s not clear what role there would be on these charts for international partners, as nearly all of the vehicles could—and likely would—come from NASA or US- based companies. An international partnership, as evidenced by the International Space Station program, is likely key to sustaining a lunar program over the long term in the US political landscape.

Three miracles

Although the plan is laudable in that it represents a robust human exploration of deep space, scientific research, and an effort to tap water resources at the Moon, it faces at least three big problems.

The first issue is funding and political vulnerability. One reason Bridenstine has not shared the full cost of the program as envisioned is “sticker shock” that has doomed other previous efforts. However, if NASA is going to attempt a Moon landing with this specific plan—rather than a radical departure that relies on smaller, reusable rockets—the agency will need a lot more money.

So far, the White House has proposed paying for this with a surplus in the Pell Grant Reserve Fund. But this appears to be a non-starter with House Democrats. “The President is proposing to further cut a beneficial needs-based grants program that provides a lifeline to low-income students, namely the Pell Grants program, in order to pay for the first year of this initiative—something that I cannot support,” House science committee chairwoman Eddie Bernice Johnson has said.

Congress is also not going to give NASA an unlimited authority to reprogram funds, with an apparently open-ended time frame, which Bridenstine has sought.

A second problem is that NASA’s current plan relies on its contractors to actually deliver hardware. Boeing’s work on the core stage of the Space Launch System is emblematic of this problem. The company has been working on the core stage for eight years, and it is unlikely to be ready for flight before another year or two. Boeing’s management of the contract has been harshly criticized by NASA’s Inspector General. After all this, can Boeing be counted on to deliver an SLS core stage in 2020, then again in 2022, and six more between 2024 and 2028?

• In spite of disinformation campaigns, bad journalism, and infiltration by intelligence agencies into mainstream media outlets that try to convince the public through “an official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” that there is no such thing as UFOs, we know that they’re real. There is a plethora of credible sources – including documents, data, physical evidence, and more – suggesting we’re not alone, and that we have been visited by intelligent extraterrestrial beings from other worlds and possibly other dimensions.

• Garry McKinnon, for example, spent ten years in danger of extradition from the UK to the US for accessing nearly 100 NASA and military computers including the United States Space Command. On this government website, McKinnon found a photo of a large cylindrical shaped UFO hovering in space, a list of “non-terrestrial officers”, and logs of “fleet to fleet” transfers of materials. Is this evidence of a Secret Space Program using reverse engineered ET technology?

• Dr. David Clarke, an international investigative journalist who regularly comments on UFOs, said, “… the UK military were interested in capturing UFO technology… [and] were desperate to capture this technology… before the Russians or the Chinese got hold of it first.”

• In the US, these UFO investigative and research efforts are hidden within Special Access Programs which contain both unacknowledged and waived SAPs. Better known as ‘deep black programs’, these programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. We know that there is a black budget to fund these programs. A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”

• According to Herman Oberth, one of the founding fathers of rocketry and astronautics in the 1950’s, “flying saucers are real and . . . they are space ships from another solar system. I think that they possibly are manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race that may have been investigating our Earth for centuries.” “We have, indeed, been contacted — perhaps even visited — by extraterrestrial beings, and the US government, in collusion with the other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.”

• Former Chief of Defence Staff, Five-Star Admiral of the Royal Navy, and former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Lord Admiral Hill-Norton, said: “There are objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy… we have no means of stopping them from coming here… there is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations… This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation and not the subject of ‘rubbishing’ by tabloid newspapers.”

• There are literally hundreds of people with extensive academic, political and military backgrounds, all the way to astronauts, who have been blowing the whistle on extraterrestrial UFOs for a very long time. Many scientific publications describe radar-confirmed military sightings of UFOs by military pilots.

• The point is, if you believe some of these UFOs are indeed extraterrestrial, you are not alone.

The field of UFOlogy has long been muddled with disinformation campaigns and bad journalism, and sometimes this journalism includes infiltration efforts by intelligence agencies themselves. This is clear given the fact that intelligence agencies have a direct relationship with journalists and mainstream media outlets, as there are declassified documents showing so. Operation Mockingbird is a great example, not to mention all of the mainstream media journalists who have come out and said that mainstream media is directly influenced by intelligence agencies, governments and corporations. When it comes to UFOs, we know that they’re real, but we also know that along with that reality there has been “an official campaign of ridicule and secrecy.” (Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter) Perhaps this ridicule campaign carries on today through some rather ghastly, unbelievable claims, but let’s not let that mask the fact that this phenomenon is indeed real, and there are a plethora of credible sources including documents, data, physical evidence, and more suggesting we’re not alone, and that we probably are being visited and have been visited by intelligent extraterrestrial beings from other worlds and possibly other dimensions.

A lot of this evidence has come from UFOlogist Richard Dolan, who has always been a key resource for me with regards to accessing credible information about the UFO phenomenon. I find that it’s important to seek out proper researchers who share information in a credible and verifiable way, especially about a subject that can so easily be ridiculed when you are trying to reach the masses who don’t have much knowledge about it, but are genuinely curious. I also feel that my generation of UFO researchers lack proper research and investigative skills, are easily influenced and swayed, and in the age of social media are simply trying to share whatever they can, no matter how credible, to simply ‘stay relevant,’ instead of doing it for the love and genuine desire to share important, truthful information.

Like I said, there are some rather ‘outside the box claims’ out there that have absolutely no credibility behind them, and to share those actually does more disservice to the movement, in my opinion. On the other hand, there are some very outside the box claims and information that do indeed have tremendous amounts of credibility behind them, and these are the ones we should be paying attention to.

One example comes from the case of Garry McKinnon, who for 10 years was in great danger of extradition to the United States for accessing nearly 100 NASA and military computers including the United States Space Command. This was the real deal, as Obama and the UK Prime Minister at the time revealed while fielding a question about Garry. This breach made headline news.

Gary was able to access these computers in real time and view files on them. He found some startling pictures, one in particular was of a large cylindrical shaped UFO hovering in space, in addition to a strange spreadsheet document with a list of “non-terrestrial officers,” presumably belonging to a publicly unacknowledged branch of the United States military operating in space, as well as “fleet to fleet” transfers of materials, whatever that means.

NASA Expert Urges to Take Alien Claims Seriously – ‘There Must Be Life’

• With the rocket-based space travel, it is estimated that it would take between 5 and 50 million years for a civilization like ours to colonize our Milky Way galaxy. This should have happened several times already with previous civilizations in the history of our galaxy. But there is still no hard evidence of space faring civilizations. This discrepancy has been dubbed the Fermi Paradox.

• While a growing community of UFO researchers are certain that aliens visit Earth on a regular basis, such claims are immediately dismissed by the scientific community. Scientists demand solid proof – “smoking gun” evidence – which could once and for all prove the existence of UFOs.

• A former NASA researcher and physicist at the University of Albany, Kevin Knuth, argues that such immediate skepticism to all UFO-related theories is counterproductive. “I think UFO skepticism has become something of a religion with an agenda, discounting the possibility of extraterrestrials without scientific evidence, while often providing silly hypotheses describing only one or two aspects of a UFO encounter reinforcing the popular belief that there is a conspiracy,” says Knuth. “In the end, the skeptics often do science a disservice by providing a poor example of how science is to be conducted.”

• Knuth does not rule out the possibility of extraterrestrial UFOs visiting the Earth. “[S]ince little is known, the extraterrestrial hypothesis cannot yet be ruled out. “The fact is that many of these encounters… defy conventional explanation.”

• Knuth said it would greatly benefit the scientific community to try and better understand alien visitors should they ever arrive. “[T]his would present a great opportunity for mankind, promising to expand and advance our knowledge and technology, as well as reshaping our understanding of our place in the universe.”

• William Borucki, the principal investigator for NASA’s Kepler mission, said, “If we find lots of planets like ours we’ll know it’s likely that we aren’t alone, and that someday we might be able to join other intelligent life in the universe.” The biggest problem faced by human explorers today is the lack of speedy and efficient interstellar travel technology. “Unless we get lucky, the search for signs of life could take decades.”

NASA’s hunt for proof of alien life is at the forefront of the space agency’s deep space exploration. But here on Earth, many conspiracy theorists and self-appointed UFO-hunters are already certain aliens visit Earth on a regular basis. Most of these alien claims, supposed UFO sightings and stories of mysterious crop circles appearing overnight are immediately dismissed by the scientific community. A former NASA researcher and physicist at the University of Albany, however, has argued immediate scepticism to all UFO-related theories is counterproductive.

Kevin Knuth, an associate professor at Albany, argued in an opinion piece for Cosmos Magazine, the odds of life existing outside of Earth are pretty high.

The “unsettling and refreshing” possibility is exactly why, he argued, more attention needs to be paid to what is happening in the skies.

NASA Astronauts ‘Stopped From Revealing Truth About Aliens’

• Conspiracy theorists have claimed for years that NASA has cut live feeds in order to hide the truth about alien lifeforms. The History Channel series Ancient Aliens delved into the computer hacker Gary McKinnon claims of discovering an image of a UFO on the NASA database before his computer was mysteriously “shut down”.

• Kevin Burns, the producer of Ancient Aliens, says that astronauts fear speaking about UFOs. “We have interviewed NASA astronauts who are convinced that they have seen UFOs and who have confirmed with us that that information has been suppressed,” said Burns to the Daily Star Online. • “The astronaut Edgar Mitchell (the sixth man on the moon) was famous for believing in extraterrestrials based on his personal observation,” said Burns. Mitchell also said in 2008 that the Roswell crash was a UFO and that governments around the world had been covering that and other incidents up.

• “Buzz Aldrin also spoke about it,” said Burns. Aldrin, (pictured above in famous t-shirt) was a member of the Apollo 11 Moon landing mission in 1969. He has spoken out in the past about aliens being real. But, says Burns, “NASA, being a government agency, kind of frowns on it.”

• Kevin said it was hard to dismiss the testimony of such men who were in space. “They tend to be very credible,” Burns says. “Edgar Mitchell came back very convinced on what he saw and there are a lot of people, more and more astronauts.” Burns predicts that the control over information will wane as space becomes more ‘privatized’.

Conspiracy theorists have claimed for years that NASA has hidden the truth about alien lifeforms, pointing to live feeds being cut and mysterious blackouts as supposed evidence.

History Channel series Ancient Aliens also aired an episode about the conspiracy.

It revealed how computer hacker Gary McKinnon claimed to have discovered an image of a UFO on the NASA database, before his machine was mysteriously “shut down”.

• A remarkable meeting occurred over the weekend of March 9-10 in Tutzing, Germany, just outside of Munich. Its theme: Are we alone in the Universe? Eminent German astrobiologists and scientists were invited to give presentations, including Karl Menten, Director of the Max Planck Institute, Gerhard Haerendel, recipient of the Allan D. Emil Memorial Award for pioneering achievements in space sciences, Andreas Losch from the Institute of Systematic Theology at the University of Bern, Switzerland, and the article’s author, Dirk Schulze-Makuch, who spoke on the Cosmic Zoo hypothesis.

• The meeting was hosted by the evangelical academy, underscoring the continuing interest of religious groups in the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what it might mean for faith communities. The Catholic Church appears to me to be the most interested group of all. In 2014 the Vatican Observatory even co-hosted a conference in Arizona on whether we are alone in the Universe.

• Earlier this year, the discovery of a new source of Fast Radio Bursts suggested that they could be messages from advanced technological civilizations. Tabby’s Star, which suddenly dips its light curve, has been linked to alien megastructures.

• Last November, Avi Loeb of Harvard University suggested that ‘Oumuamua’, the first object seen to enter our Solar System from interstellar space, could be a lightsail built by an advanced intelligent civilization. Its motion seems to indicate that something other than simple gravitation might be at work.

• The longest unresolved enigma is the Wow! signal, which has all the hallmarks of an alien transmission but unfortunately was only received once. It may have been a transmission from one starship to another, or perhaps from a ship to its home base, and Earth just happened to be in the way.

• However likely or unlikely these anomalies, it is clear that interest in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence is on the rise again, as shown not only by this latest conference near Munich, but by NASA’s renewed interest in what’s now called “technosignatures” of advanced life. Many people, beyond just scientists, understand what a detection of extraterrestrial intelligent life elsewhere would mean – nothing less than a complete re-assessment of our place in the Universe.

A remarkable meeting occurred outside Munich, Germany this past weekend. Its theme: Are we alone in the Universe? The most eminent German-speaking scientists in the field of astrobiology were invited to give keynote presentations, which included talks by Karl Menten, Director of the Max Planck Institute for Radioastronomy, on the search for extraterrestrial intelligent life; by Gerhard Haerendel, recipient of the Allan D. Emil Memorial Award for pioneering achievements in space sciences, on messaging to extraterrestrial civilizations (METI); and by Andreas Losch from the Institute of Systematic Theology at the University of Bern, Switzerland, on the scientific, philosophical and theological consequences of the presence of extraterrestrial civilizations. I also gave a talk, on the possibility of complex life on other planets based on the Cosmic Zoo hypothesis.

The meeting was hosted by the evangelical academy in Tutzing, Germany, underscoring the continuing interest of religious groups in the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what it might mean for faith communities. The Catholic Church appears to me to be the most interested group of all. In recent years I’ve seen many of its representatives at scientific meetings. In 2014 the Vatican Observatory (yes, they have their own observatory) even co-hosted a conference in Arizona on whether we are alone in the Universe.

So, are we?

Penn State Center to Focus on Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence

• The Pennsylvania State University, or “Penn State”, has received a $2.5 million endowment from alumnus John and Natalie Patton, plus another $1 million anonymous pledge, to create “PSETI” – Penn State’s SETI program (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence). It will be called the Penn State Extraterrestrial Intelligence Center.

• PSETI will create a “world-class SETI research program,” establish graduate curriculum to train the next generation of researchers, initiate a competitive research grants program, coordinate conferences and symposia and establish a permanent, worldwide SETI community.

• SETI is an international scientific effort that seeks to answer whether ours is the only technologically-capable species in the Milky Way galaxy. SETI is an international scientific effort that seeks to answer whether ours is the only technologically-capable species in the Milky Way galaxy. Jason Wright, an associate professor of astronomy and astrophysics who will lead the center, told Science Magazine the field has been lacking in academic training.

“There really isn’t an academic ecosystem for the field as a whole,” Jason Wright, associate professor of astronomy PSETI Center head. “You can’t work on it if you can’t hire students and postdocs.”

NASA Launches Team of Experts Dedicated to Finding Alien Life on Other Planets Alongside Scholars from Leading Universities

• TechnoSearch is an online portal to help researchers access exoplanet data from NASA’s SETI project. Jill Tarter, a co-founder of the SETI institute, spearheaded the project which has collated data from as far back as 1960 and continues to add the latest findings.

• Says Sarah Stewart Johnson of Georgetown University, the goal of her team is to try to recognize life ‘as we don’t know it’, through examining biosignatures of very different lifeforms. Britney Schmidt of Georgia Tech will investigate the possibilities of past or present life in the oceans of the icy, outer moons of our solar system, or on ancient Mars. More researchers will be added as the program matures.

NASA Expects To Find Alien Life Forms In Just A Few Years

• NASA expects to find alien life forms in just a few years by changing the current approach in its search for extraterrestrials with a more aggressive method based on looking for biosignatures. While finding “habitable” exoplanets in recent years, they weren’t finding any evidence of alien existence.

• A new report from NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, called Biosignature False Positives, highlights NASA’s optimism in finding extraterrestrials. “Within the next several decades… it may be possible to observe indirect evidence for… life using the so-called biosignatures,” the report reads.

• According to the report, we need to look for “biosignatures” in the atmospheres of the exoplanets. On Earth these biosignatures are fossils, empty candy wrappers, and oxygen, among others, as the report reads. “Each of these observations provides indirect evidence, of varying strength, for the presence of extant, or extinct [alien life forms].” “In our search for [alien life] we must infer the presence of life from its impact on the local or global environment.”

Since the dawns of civilizations, humans have been looking up to the skies thinking that someone or somewhat is out there, in the Universe. Could be gods could be extraterrestrials or could be both, who knows?! However, discovering aliens would be the most significant scientific discovery. And now, NASA expects to find alien life forms in just a few years.

Surprisingly, NASA gave up its old approach regarding its programs that search for extraterrestrials, and the US space agency is now planning to adopt a more aggressive attitude in this regard to speed up the search for aliens. So far, even though the scientists found several habitable exoplanets, at least livable in theory, they couldn’t find evidence of alien existence. Consequently, the Military Industrial Complex/Deep State has played a major role in setting space policy due to its ability to manipulate Air Force officials through the supply and acquisition process.”

• Disclosure filmmaker, Jordan Sather, tweeted last summer that the Pentagon would not want a separate Space Force. “This is HUGE and something the Deep State does NOT want,” said Sather. • There is abundant evidence that the Pentagon already has top-secret operations in space, such as advanced craft and spy satellites. Jan C. Harzan, executive director of MUFON, claims that the Air Force’s unmanned X-37B space plane has “been up there two years at a time doing classified missions.” The X-37B, basically a space drone that resembles a small version of NASA’s retired space shuttles. It has flown clandestine missions in Earth orbit since 2010. Mr. Harzan doubts the government was getting closer to “full disclosure” of what he believes the government hides about aliens. “I do believe that we have technology which has been reverse-engineered from aircraft that are not from here and that we are probably using that technology someplace. Why Saturn’s Moon Iapetus Could Have Been Artificially Made By Extraterrestrials

• Iapetus – Iapetus is a moon of Saturn that was discovered by Italian astronomer Giovaccini Domenico Cassini in 1671. What is so interesting about Iapetus is that there is a mountain-like ridge running around the moon’s equator that measures up to 20 kilometres tall, twice the size of Mt Everest, and approximately 200 kilometres thick. (Iapetus is pictured above) It is actually the tallest mountain range in our entire Solar System. But the rest of the moon is flat. This would indicate that it is artificially constructed. A lot of prominent researchers and scientists say that the Earth’s Moon is also artificially constructed. Of course, they’re generally ignored by the mainstream. But most interesting is the fact that both our Moon and Iapetus’ moon are in a near perfect circular orbit, and one side always faces its planetary host, locked into position.

• The Moon – On more than one occasion, researchers have found strange and large artificial structures on the back side of the Moon. We have witness testimony from credible sources including high ranking intelligence and military people who have revealed structures on the Moon. Carl Sagan once pointed out that artifacts found on the Moon or other orbiting objects in the solar system might be stored there by previous [extraterrestrial] expeditions for use in successive visits to our star system, avoiding detection by Earthbound humans. The Deputy Manager for the 1995 Clementine Mission to the Moon said it was really a reconnaissance mission to check out the bases on the back side of the Moon. In 1962, NASA scientist Gordon MacDonald published a paper stating it’s more likely that the Moon is hollow than not. MIT’s Sean C. Solomon furthered this statement citing knowledge of the Moon’s gravitation field as evidence for the assertion. Multiple governments, including Russia, have been calling for an international investigation as to where much of NASA’s photographs, footage and even Moon rocks have disappeared.

• Mars – There is no doubt that life once flourished on Mars, with vast oceans, mountain ranges and greenery. There may have been a very intelligent civilization on Mars, and still might be within it. A recent paper in the Journal Scientific Exploration “hinted strongly at artificial surface interventions” in the Cydonia region on Mars where there are pyramids and ‘The Face on Mars’. NASA astronaut Dr. Brian O’Leary even accused Carl Sagan of covering up the fact that NASA knew the Face on Mars was artificial. Buzz Aldrin spoke about a monolith on a moon of Mars.

• Saturn – The pictures NASA got back from the Voyager mission to Saturn in 1980 were apparently so mind-altering that they locked them up, according to retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Bob Dean. In his book “The Ringmakers of Saturn”, Norman Bergrun revealed a NASA secret that large spacecraft were “proliferating” around Saturn’s rings and moons, and that these extraterrestrial ‘vehicles’ were responsible for making artificial rings around Saturn. Photographs of Saturn show something luminous near the gas giant planet’s surface. Bergrun had to leave the country in order to publish the book, and today a copy of the book is so rare that it is worth thousands of dollars.

Our solar system is fascinating, to say the least, and there is still so much we don’t know about it. What makes one even more curious is knowing the organizations and people who operate at the highest levels of ‘security clearances’ probably know a whole lot more. That being said, if you’re independently curious, there are more than enough resources available to satisfy your curiosity, you will find a way to investigate. At the very least you could get access to the best telescope you have and stare at the other planets, our Moon, and the Moons of other planets.

Perhaps the best thing to do is simply sift through the literature and you will find no shortage of strange anomalies that have been discovered in space -there’s truly no shortage. It’s also likely you will come across the tremendous amounts of controversy that come with these discoveries as well. Strange findings have been subject to ridicule within the mainstream, but that hasn’t stopped hundreds, if not thousands, of researchers and insiders from all backgrounds from continuing their study and education.

The Face On Mars Example

The Face on Mars is a good example of anomalies and ridicule. It has been the subject of several published papers that clearly show a high chance of artificial construction. Carl Sagan was even accused by his colleague, physicist and NASA astronaut Dr. Brian O’Leary for covering up the fact that ‘they’ knew the Face on Mars was artificial.

Today, it’s a much different story, and it appears that there is no doubt that life once flourished on Mars prior to the massive climate shift which occurred there that made it what it is today. Not many people know that Mars was once very Earth-like, with vast oceans, mountain ranges and greenery. Little did we know that there may have been a very intelligent civilization there, and still might be, perhaps within in.

A paper published in the Jornal Scientific Exploration was one of the latest to examine the Cydonia region on Mars. As the authors point out, “it validates the earlier measurements obtained using the lower resolution NASA Viking images, which hinted strongly at artificial surface interventions.” The key word there is artificial surface interventions. There are pyramids and faces on Mars, similar and in some cases, larger than those found here on planet Earth.

Our Own Moon

Then we have the Moon, which has also been the subject of recent peer-reviewed research. On more than one occasion, researchers have found what appears to be strange, and large, artificial structures on the back side of the Moon, the side we can never see unless we send probes and astronauts around it. To compliment all of the information regarding the Moon, we have statements from a number of credible sources in the form of witness testimony, from high ranking intelligence and military people etc. It’s safe to say that something strange is happening on the Moon. I do believe we went there, but I also believe what we were shown and told was heavily sanitized. Let’s not forget about Buzz Aldrin being so outspoken about a “Monolyth on the (one of the) moon of Mars.”

Iapetus, Perhaps The Most Puzzling

Which brings me to the topic of this article, Iapetus, one of Saturn’s moons. What’s unique about it is the fact that it has what appears to be a huge mountainous ridge that measures up to 20 kilometres tall, twice the size of Everest, and approximately 200 kilometres thick. It can be seen running exactly along the equator for well over three-quarters of the moon’s entire circumference, but it’s safe to assume around the entire planet. It was discovered in 2004, early in the Cassini mission.

First, let me set the stage. Iapetus is bizarre in a lot of ways. It has a yin-yang surface of dark and bright material. It is unexpectedly flat pole-to-pole. It seems to have an excessive number of large impact basins. And it has a mountainous ridge, up to 20 kilometres tall, running exactly along its equator for well over three-quarters of its entire circumference. A number of prominent researchers and scientists have hypothesized that our own Moon is artificial in nature, as so they have done with other Moons, like Iapetus. That being said, we don’t hear much about these theories & the credibility of the people behind them. They’re completely ignored by the mainstream simply because they don’t fit within the mainstream narrative which is nothing more than a theory in itself.

Did Top Secret Pentagon ‘Stargate’ Letter Convince Senator John McCain Alien Invasion Was Imminent?

• On January 16th, a declassified DIA/Pentagon letter dated January 9, 2018 addressed primarily to the late Arizona Senator, John McCain, as the Chairman of the Armed Services Committee, (see letter with attached list of 38 DIA-commissioned program titles here) was released pursuant to a Freedom of Information request. The letter contained the titles of ‘a bewildering litany of otherworldly research papers commissioned from scientists around the globe’.

• Unless the Russians or Chinese have torn a wormhole through the fabric of space-time with a laser weapon recently, it isn’t they who have the Pentagon delving into invisibility cloaking, dark energy, stargates, multidimensional manipulation, meta-materials, laser weapons, quantum entanglement and “controlling external devices in the absence of limb-operated interfaces”. Who were the academics and scientists writing these advanced technology research papers for the U.S. government and why?

• Many of the academics who wrote the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ (AATIP) research papers were already part of the now-defunct “National Institute for Discovery Science”, which was well-known for its studies of UFO sightings, extraterrestrials and other “fringe” topics. Nevada businessman and UFO believer, Robert Bigelow founded the NIDSci. Bigelow’s friend, Nevada Senator Harry Reid, initiated the 2007 AATIP study, and it was Bigelow Aerospace which won the AATIP contract to manage its research.

• The largest single source of these Pentagon academic reports is EarthTech International of Texas, whose CEOs have close ties to Robert Bigelow and Bigelow Aerospace.

• One AATIP report on the topic of ‘Invisibility Cloaking’ was penned by the respected German scientist, Dr Ulf Leonhardt. Leonhardt is a noted global expert on quantum optics, which juxtaposes the fact nothing actually exists with photon manipulation. One day, this may potentially allow a military force to enter a country without being seen.

• Another AATIP author is former NASA propulsion engineer, Marc Millis. Millis claims he had an unexplained visionary experience where a ‘being’ produced a ball of energy which then entered his body. After attending a Silicon Valley venture capital event in 1999, Millis left NASA to pursue exotic technologies.

• While the Pentagon spent $22 million on its Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, Nick Pope – formerly the “Fox Mulder” of Britain’s own governmental UFO research department during the 1990’s, notes that, “It still doesn’t give us a definitive answer to whether, as claimed, ‘foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats’ is coded language for UFOs.”

• Although it’s unknown if the AATIP paper convinced Senator McCain of a viable alien threat, it’s certain that former US President Ronald Reagan believed in such a possibility. Reagan’s numerous mentions of aliens in speeches marked him as a blatant “UFO-nut” hiding in plain sight. During the 1985 Geneva Summit, Reagan and Soviet premier Mikhail Gorbachev had a private chat. Years later, Gorbachev revealed that Reagan had simply asked him to set aside their differences in case the world was invaded by aliens. Reagan made public his concerns in a 1987 U.N. speech, saying, “I occasionally think how quickly our differences would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. Yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?”

• [Editor’s Note] This is a typically snarky British Deep State response to the revelation that the Pentagon brass and top politicians take the type of exotic propulsion and other technologies exhibited by UFOs very seriously. While describing the origins and authors of the Pentagon’s AATIP research from 2007 to 2012, the writer employs ridicule and derision to portray the AATIP authors as a bit unhinged, debunking the motive of commissioning such research programs, and condemning the reports as a waste of time and money. Even the article’s title makes a joke out of an alien invasion. And therefore, it is a waste of time for anyone to take the Pentagon’s exotic propulsion and technology programs seriously. In other words, don’t believe the evidence you see before you, believe us (the Deep State) when we tell you that none of it matters. Life will continue as it is with fossil fuel engine propulsion, and any new technologies will only come to the public in small drips … and you’ll like it.

Having since confirmed the event indeed took place, the legendary director has also admitted he remains unsure if Reagan was being honest with his guests – or simply pulling off deadpan surrealism better than Rikki Fulton or Jacob Rees-Mogg.

One thing is incontrovertibly true – if Ronald Reagan had intimate knowledge of extra-terrestrial visitations to Earth, then he certainly knew they weren’t friendly, doe-eyed botanists. Without even taking his bizarre satellite-laser “Star Wars” missile defence system into consideration, Reagan’s numerous mentions of aliens in speeches marked him as a blatant UFO-nut hiding in plain sight. One turning a blind eye to the Pentagon burning through tens of millions of taxpayer dollars investigating “foreign advanced aerospace weapons”.

Yet, if such research – carried out under different guises by the US military since Project Blue Book in the 1950s – was simply to ascertain the threat from traditional Russian or Chinese bogeymen, then it seems they were a wee bit more technologically advanced than previously thought.

This week, the Pandora’s Box of top secret Pentagon documents was declassified under a Freedom of Information request – a single five-page letter containing the titles of a bewildering litany of otherworldly research papers commissioned from scientists around the globe.

The titles of these academic studies certainly don’t concur with commonly accepted Russian technical malevolence like vote rigging and web trolling. Certainly, research into invisibility cloaking, dark energy, stargates, multidimensional manipulation, meta-materials, laser weapons, quantum entanglement and “controlling external devices in the absence of limb-operated interfaces” seems more like a Philip K Dick fever dream.

If nothing else, the document – addressed primarily to the office of late Senator and former pilot John McCain, who also had a considerable interest in colourful accounts of unusual aviation – certainly proves the Pentagon had been trying to get their heads around the true nature of a somewhat peculiar security threat. And unless the Russians or Chinese have torn a wormhole through the fabric of spacetime with a laser weapon recently, it wasn’t them.

Uni lateral thinking

THE exotic nature of some of the research papers commissioned by the US military’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) would raise a quizzical eyebrow on even Vladmir Putin’s Botox-irrigated deathmask.
It’s certainly reaffirmed the suspicions of the global Ufology community, who only learned of the research papers’ existence last week after the AATIP letter ended up on the desk of Nick Pope, ex-head of the UK Government’s official UFO research project. Colloquially known as Britian’s “Fox Mulder”, the affable Nick immediately teased true believers on Twitter with some ambiguous speculation, saying: “It still doesn’t give us a definitive answer to whether, as claimed, ‘foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats’ is coded language for UFOs.”

• There are innumerable astronomers who gaze into telescopes all night to look at the sky. Why aren’t they picking up the UFO’s that others report seeing?

• Astrophysicists such as Great Britain’s Martin Rees and Paul Davies at Arizona State University suggest that it is because these advanced beings who traverse our skies are so highly evolved that they aren’t subject to our laws of physics and we simply cannot recognize them. Davies believes that advanced alien technology may exist that is “beyond matter” with no fixed size or shape.

• Astrophysicist Jason Wright at Penn State University thinks it is a simpler explanation. He believes that there are no UFOs out there to observe. Says Wright, “[A]stronomers study big swaths of the sky all the time, and with much more sophisticated equipment than the cameras that have captured those iconic images of extraterrestrial UFOs. I tell them we don’t see any UFOs.”

• Wright says that when astronomers do find an anomaly, it is quickly identified. NASA doesn’t send its “goons” to quiet the astronomers, or photoshop the UFO anomaly to destroy evidence. Wright is certain that UFOs simply do not exist.

• [Editor’s Note] This is classic obfuscation by the mainstream science community in its ongoing effort to debunk UFOs and the alien presence. Professor Wright claims NASA hasn’t photo-shopped anomalies? We know from Donna Hare, Karl Wolfe and others that, oh yes, NASA does. He ridicules ufologists who are closer to the truth than he will ever be by joking about government “goons” who enforce the Deep State moratorium on the truth. Yes, Professor Wright, the government does ridicule and suppress the truth. And on the other end of this debunking apparatus are so-called “astrophysicists” such as Martin Rees and Paul Davies who come up with theories that are so fantastically outlandish that it puts the argument back in the realm of the ridiculous. This is just another way to ridicule people honestly seeking the disclosure of the truth. If they didn’t duly debunk aliens and UFOs, they would lose their jobs at these Deep State controlled institutions. So they lie. The evidence of UFOs and the alien presence is too overwhelming to believe that, somehow, they are not aware of UFOs. They lie. Why is that of the tens of thousands of reports of UFO’s since the iconic radio broadcast of Orson Welle’s “War of the World’s” terrified the nation in 1938, have none been reported by astronomers manning the observatories across our pale blue dot?

Is it because some leading astrophysicists such as Great Britain’s Martin Rees and Paul Davies at Arizona State University, who believe that advanced alien civilizations may be a billion or more years older than the human species have technology that would be unrecognizable by our primitive means?

Davies believes that advanced alien technology may exist that is “beyond matter.” That might have no fixed size or shape; have no well-defined boundaries. Is dynamical on all scales of space and time. Or, conversely, does not appear to do anything at all that we can discern. Does not consist of discrete, separate things; but rather it is a system, or a subtle higher-level correlation of things. Are matter and information, Davies asks, all there is? Five hundred years ago, Davies observes, “the very concept of a device manipulating information, or software, would have been incomprehensible. Might there be a still higher level, as yet outside all human experience, that organizes electrons?

If so, this “third level” would never be manifest through observations made at the informational level, still less at the matter level.

Closer to the reality of 2019, astrophysicist Jason Wright at Penn State University has an solid, verifiable answer: astronomers haven’t observed any unidentified objects. It’s that simple he says. In a 2013 post, Astronomers and UFOs in his AstroWright blog, he wrote that “astronomers study big swaths of the sky all the time, and with much more sophisticated

equipment than the cameras that have captured those iconic images of extraterrestrial UFOs. I tell them we don’t see any UFOs.”

China Could Start Building a Base on the Moon Today Using Technology That Already Exists

• The lunar environment is susceptible to deep vacuum conditions, strong temperature fluctuations and solar radiation, among other conditions hostile to humans. So the first lunar base would likely be an unmanned facility run by automated robotics to ensure that the necessary infrastructures and support systems are fully operational before people arrive. China has taken the first step by examining the soil of the lunar surface. This is necessary for building an underground habitat and supporting infrastructure that will shield the base from the harsh surface conditions.

• Seeds taken to the Moon by the Chang’e-4 mission have now reportedly sprouted. This is the first time plants have been grown on the Moon, paving the way for a future food farm on the lunar base.

• Of all the possible technologies for building a lunar base, 3D printing offers the most effective strategy. 3D printing on Earth has revolutionized manufacturing productivity and efficiency. 3D printers that can operate in the microgravity environment of the Moon have the potential to make everything from daily items, like drinking cups to repair parts for the base. Both Germany and NASA have already demonstrated the feasibility of 3D printing technology in zero gravity. A lunar base will likely be built using prefabricated parts in combination with large-scale 3D printing.

• We know that human organs, tissues and cells are highly responsive to gravity, but an understanding of how human cells function and regenerate in a Moon environment is currently lacking. Will medicine from Earth still work? Again, 3D bio-printing of human organs and tissues will play a crucial role in sustaining lunar missions by allowing for robotic surgeries. Russia recently demonstrated the first 3D bio-printer to function under microgravity.

• What is certain is that China will use the next 10 to 15 years to develop the requisite technical capabilities for conducting manned lunar missions and set the stage for space exploration.

• Dozens of NASA space scientists teamed up to explore how our species could detect ‘technosignatures’, ie: the name for pieces of evidence which give away the presence of advanced alien civilizations – radio waves are detected coming from a distant star system, or Dyson Sphere ‘megastructure’ power stations surrounding a star in order to harvest its’ energy, for example.

• A November 28, 2018 NASA report entitled “NASA and the Search for Technosignatures” suggests that the truth about extraterrestrials could be lurking right under our noses. In a new report, scientists suggest that our own planet may be hiding alien ‘artifacts’, some of which may even have been built by extinct civilizations who lived on Mars, Venus or even Earth.

• ‘Because the geological, paleontological, and archaeological records on Earth are so incomplete, it is even possible that the Earth itself hosts such (extraterrestrial) artifacts, although, again, this idea is often conflated with unscientific popular imaginings and science fiction stories about alien visitation, and so must be approached carefully,’ the NASA researchers wrote.

• The report continues, ‘If technosignatures were discovered in the solar system, it would be worth considering whether their origin might not be interstellar. Specifically, since the Earth is home to the only known species capable of interstellar communication and planetary travel (although both technologies remain in their early development), the Earth remains the only known planet fecund enough to promote technological life, and so it or an early, habitable Mars or Venus could even be the origin of such technology.’

• The NASA report noted that ‘Technosignatures in the solar system might come in the form of free-floating probes or structures—either passing through the solar system or in orbit around the Sun or other body—or in the form of structures or other signs of technologies on planetary surfaces.’

• So far, the only potential alien artifact we’ve seen has been ‘Oumuamua’, the first ‘interstellar visitor’ to be observed in our stellar neighborhood after traveling here in 2017 through deep space. Still, most scientists believe its origins are natural rather than artificial. Oumuamua changed direction as it passed the sun, which may have been caused by a natural process called outgassing – although there is a very slight chance this could have been the result of it being steered somehow. You might think that humanity’s best chance of finding alien life involves peering deep into space and analysing faraway galaxies.

But a Nasa study has suggested the truth about extraterrestrials could be lurking right under our noses.

Dozens of space scientists have teamed up to explore how our species could detect ‘technosignatures’, the name for pieces of evidence which give away the presence of advanced alien civilisations.

Some of these tell-tale signs are obvious. For instance, if loads of radio waves are detected coming from a distant star system, then it could be a clue which shows it’s inhabited by intelligent extraterrestrial organisms.

We could also search for alien societies by looking for ‘megastructures’ called Dyson Spheres, which are theoretical power stations built surrounding a star to harvest its energy.

These would be easy to spot because they are likely to be gigantic and block out starlight whenever they pass in front of their sun.

Other technosignatures are harder to identify, such as evidence that a planet has been polluted by heavy industry.

In the new report, scientists also make the fascinating suggestion that our own planet may be hiding alien ‘artefacts’, some of which may even have been built by extinct civilisations which lived on Mars, Venus or even Earth.
