CIA Doc Shows Astronauts Conducted Telepathy Experiments in Space

Article by Arjun Walia                                     December 10, 2020                                  (collective-evolution.com)

• Declassified CIA documents reveal that telepathy, parapsychology, remote viewing, ESP and psychokinesis have all been studied in-depth within the black budget special access programs of multiple countries. The Department of Defense has openly stated that this phenomena is real although somewhat inexplicable. The crazy thing about parapsychology is the fact that hundreds if not thousands of studies conducted worldwide have yielded statistically significant and positive results. In 1999, the head of the statistics department at UC Irvine, Jessica Utts, published a paper showing that the results dealing with parapsychology and mind-body connection are a lot stronger than the results used to approve some of our medications.

• In April 1960, Dr. Leonid Leonidovich Vasiliev addressed a group of high-ranking Soviet scientists stating: “We carried out extensive and until now completely unreported investigations under the Stalin regime. Today the American Navy is testing telepathy on their atomic submarines. …We must again plunge into the exploration of this vital field.” Soviet parapsychology research was stimulated by a 1960 French article concerning the US atomic submarine Nautilus. “Is telepathy a new secret weapon? Will ESP be a deciding factor in future warfare? Has the American military learned the secret of mind power?” the French article speculated. In Leningrad, the Nautilus reports went off like a depth charge in the mind of Vasilev.

• Soviet research into the biocommunications phenomena apparently extends to outer space as well. The so-called Father of Soviet rocketry, K.E Tsiolkovsky, stated, “In the coming era of space flights, telepathic abilities are necessary. While the space rocket must bring men toward knowledge of the grand secrets in the universe, the study of psychic phenomena can lead us toward knowledge of the mysteries of the human mind.” “There are reports that the Soviets are training their cosmonauts in telepathy to back-up their electronic equipment while in outer space,” said Tsiolkovsky. “One of these back-up schemes is known to involve coded telepathic messages. This method was previously demonstrated in March 1967, when a coded telepathic message was flashed from Moscow to Leningrad.”

• In February 1971, during the Apollo 14 flight to the Moon, astronaut Edgar Mitchell made 150 separate attempts to project his thoughts from inside the space capsule. Mitchell used 25 numbered cards in the experiment, in which he attempted to send a thought message to four people on Earth regarding the symbols on each card. He said two of the four got 51 of the 200 correct, and the other two were less successful. The results of the Apollo 14 experiments have been well-documented.

• “Some materialistically inclined scientists and philosophers refuse to acknowledge these phenomena because they are not consistent with their exclusive conception of the world,” said Dr. Gary Schwartz, a professor at the University of Arizona. Refusal to publish legitimate scientific findings in order to adhere to a post-materialist framework is antithetical to the true spirit of scientific inquiry. “Such dismissal is the realm of ideology, not science” and prevent these subjects from being openly studied in mainstream academia. It appears that any in-depth study into parapsychology only occurs at the highest levels of government.

• Declassified US Army/CIA STARGATE program documents show that remote viewing was successfully used for intelligence collecting purposes. Remote viewing allows a person to view other people or objects in different locations, regardless of the distance. “[O]ver the years, …refinement of methods and successful replication of …remote viewing in independent laboratories has yielded considerable scientific evidence for the reality of the phenomenon. Adding to the strength of these results was the discovery that a growing number of individuals could be found to demonstrate high-quality remote viewing, often to their own surprise. …[T]his capability …has evolved to the point where visiting CIA personnel with no previous exposure to such concepts have performed well under controlled laboratory conditions.”

• According to Dr. Hal Puthoff, a participant of the Army’s remote viewing program, Ingo Swann, suggested remote viewing the planet Jupiter. Much to Swann’s and the other scientists’ chagrin (including Puthoff) Swann saw a ring around Jupiter. He wondered if perhaps he had remote viewed Saturn by mistake. “Our colleagues in astronomy were quite unimpressed as well,” said Puthoff, “until a close flyby of Jupiter revealed that a ring did in fact exist.”

• The fact that the study of paranormal phenomena is not taken seriously by the mainstream is truly a shame. This can expand human consciousness and what we understand about the true nature of reality. But most of what’s known in the field is still locked up within the black budget world. Whatever has been declassified and revealed is only the tip of the iceberg. The documents referenced above are decades old. Imagine what’s been discovered since then. “The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.” – Nikola Tesla

The Soviet Union is well aware of the benefits and applications of parapsychology research. In 1963, a

       Dr. Leonid Vasiliev

Kremilin edict apparently gave top priority to biological research, which in Russia includes parapsychology. The major impetus behind the Soviet drive to harness the possible capabilities of telepathic communication, telekinetics, and bionics is said to come from the Soviet military and the KGB. Today it is reported that the USSR has twenty or more centres for the study of parapsychological phenomena, with an annual budget estimated in 1967 at over 13 million dollars and reported to be as high as 21 million dollars.

Soviet parapsychology research was actually stimulated by the 1960 French story concerning the US atomic submarine Nautilus. The French journalists

       Jessica Utts

splashed the now rather infamous Nautilus story in headlines “US Navy Uses ESP on Atomic Sub!” Ship to shore telepathy, according to the French, blipped along nicely even when the Nautilus was far under water. “Is telepathy a new secret weapon? Will ESP be a deciding factor in future warfare?” The speculating French sensationalized, “Has the American military learned the secret of mind power?” In Leningrad the Nautilus reports went off like a depth charge in the mind of L.L Vasilev.”

It goes on to mention that in April of 1960, Dr. Leonid Leonidovich Vasiliev addressed a group of high-ranking soviet scientists stating: “We carried out extensive and until now completely unreported investigations under the Stalin regime. Today the American Navy is testing telepathy on their atomic submarines. Soviet scientists conducted a great many successful telepathy tests over a quarter of a century ago. It’s urgent that we throw off our prejudices. We must again plunge into the exploration of this vital field.

     Konstantin E. Tsiolkovsky

As you can see, telepathy and parapsychology, which include remote viewing, ESP and psychokinesis, have all been

            Edgar Mitchell

studied in-depth within black budget special access programs in multiple countries. These programs are often highly classified, and so whatever has been revealed in official documentation is only the tip of the iceberg. Sometimes, the declassification of documents is used to halt more questioning into the phenomenon.
The STARGATE program is a great example of that in the United States. Although the documents that were declassified show some startling findings, like the fact that remote viewing is real and that it was used for intelligence collecting purposes, it’s safe to assume that many details of this program remain highly classified.

Russel Targ was the co-founder of that program.

The crazy thing about parapsychology is the fact that studies have yielded statistically significant results. I’m talking about hundreds if not thousands of studies that have been conducted worldwide have seen positive results.

There seems to be a deep concern that the whole field will be tarnished by studying a phenomenon that is tainted by its association with superstition, spiritualism and magic. Protecting against this possibility sometimes seems more

          Dr. Gary Schwartz

important than encouraging scientific exploration or protecting academic freedom. But this may be changing. —

Cassandra Vieten, PhD and President/CEO at the Institute of Noetic Sciences

                            Ingo Swann

Many of these results are just as strong, if not stronger, than a lot of the results that come from hard sciences like physics and mechanical engineering. The Department of Defence has openly stated that the phenomena within this realm is real, despite the fact that they are still somewhat inexplicable. As far back as 1999, the head of the statistics department at UC Irvine, Jessica Utts, published a paper showing the results dealing with parapsychology and mind-body connection are a lot stronger than the results used to approve some of our medications!

Most of what’s known is still protected and locked up within the black budget world.

The documents referenced above are also decades old, so just imagine what’s happened or what’s been discovered since then!

The documents also outline how these experiments were not limited to Earth.

Everything We Know About Christmas is Wrong

Article by Charlie Lawrence-Jones                                   December 6, 2020                                   (mylondon.news)

• Ex-London taxi cab driver, Richard Lawrence, is the Executive Secretary of The Aetherius Society – an international spiritual organization dedicated to the teachings of advanced extraterrestrial intelligences. The so-called “Guru of UFOs” who is based out of West London says that we’ve been getting some key things wrong about Christmas.

• The Aetherius Society is based on the teachings of Dr. George King who was first contacted by aliens in 1954 while doing the dishes in his apartment in Fulham, in southwest London. Dr. King went on to write down much of the extraterrestrial teachings given to him, and passed that onto Richard Lawrence .

• First of all, according to the Aetherians, Jesus was actually a “great cosmic intelligence” and a “benevolent cosmic being” from Venus who was sent to Earth 2000 years ago to help humanity. In fact, the same can be said about Buddha, Gandhi and Sophocles. Lawrence cites the teachings of Dr. King as well as “hints in the Bible”.

• Secondly, the Star of Bethlehem which led three wise men to the baby Jesus in Nazareth was in fact the “Christmas UFO”. The glowing UFO “guided them to a specific place,” says Lawrence. “It couldn’t have been a star, they don’t move. Meteorites don’t hover. It had a pattern, it was an alien ship.”

• Thirdly, the birth date of Jesus was actually March 15th. Lawrence was tipped off to this reality by Dr. King, but he cites clues in the Bible itself. Shepards tending their flock would not have occurred in December, but in the springtime. It is widely believed December 25 was chosen by early Christians coincide with a previous pagan festival celebrating the winter solstice.

We’ve been getting some of the key things about Christmas wrong, a so-called UFO expert based in West London has claimed.

It all stems from the teaching of an ex-London cabbie.

                    Dr. George King
                     Richard Lawrence

Richard Lawrence, who has written 11 books about aliens, told MyLondon that Christmas is actually in March, the star of Bethlehem was an alien spaceship and Jesus was an extra-terrestrial being from Venus.

In a 40 minute phone-call from his Fulham home, he convincingly explained the findings that would leave many holiday-makers reeling.

Known as the “Guru of UFOs”, Richard is the Executive Secretary of The Aetherius Society – an international spiritual organisation dedicated to spreading, and acting upon, the teachings of advanced extraterrestrial intelligences.

                    The Aetherius Society

The Aetherius Society is based on the teachings of Dr George King.

He said he was first contacted by aliens in 1954 while he was drying dishes in his small rented flat in Fulham.

Dr King went on to write down much of the extra terrestrial teachings he claimed to have learnt and passed that onto Richard.

He explained some of the things he claims we’ve been getting wrong about the Christmas story.

Controversy Over Israeli Scientist Claims of US Alien Agreement & Galactic Federation

On December 4, Professor Haim Eshed generated worldwide headlines when in an interview published by the Israeli national newspaper, Yedioth Aharonot, he revealed the existence of a secret US agreement with extraterrestrials, the existence of a joint US alien base on Mars, and a Galactic Federation monitoring human affairs. Reactions to the Professor’s startling revelations varied from those taking the comments as a major breakthrough on disclosure of extraterrestrial life, to many claiming he either had lost his mind or his words were distorted during the translation process.

It’s important to point out that Eshed gave the interview to promote his recent book, published in Hebrew, titled The Universe Beyond the Horizon conversations with Professor Haim Eshed. This is where one controversy arises since he appeared to say much more in his interview than what he told in his book.

Here’s the crux of what the Professor had to say according to an extract of the interview, translated into English, that was published by The Jewish Press on December 5, which set off the worldwide controversy:

The UFOs have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet. Trump was on the verge of revealing, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying: Wait, let people calm down first. They don’t want to start mass hysteria. They want to first make us sane and understanding. They have been waiting for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will generally understand what space and spaceships are.

There’s an agreement between the US government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. They, too, are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers.

There’s an underground base in the depths of Mars, where their representatives are, and also our American astronauts.

Anticipating that some would conclude that he had lost his mind in making such comments, the Professor, who is also a former Brigadier General in the Israel Defense Force (IDF),  added for good measure:

If I had come up with what I’m saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized. Wherever I’ve gone with this in academia, they’ve said: the man has lost his mind. Today they’re already talking differently.

I have nothing to lose. I’ve received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing.

Support for Professor Eshed’s continued sanity comes from former colleagues such as the current head of the Israel Space Agency, Dr.  Isaac Ben-Israel (also a former IDF general), who says that Eshed “has been talking about aliens for decades, and it never compromised his academic integrity.”

Ben-Israel’s admission is vitally important since it shows that Eshed’s beliefs about alleged alien contacts and joint agreements with the US have evolved over decades during much of his professional life, and not a post-career flight of fancy as contended by some.

Other former colleagues such Dr. Dan Blumberg, the current head of the Earth and Planetary Image Facility at Ben Gurion University, says that the extraterrestrial topic is an important one that Eshed is more than qualified to cover authoritatively, but not as appears in the original Yedioth article:

I know Haim Eshed well, and have enormous respect for him. It’s a viable and legitimate discussion, but it has been taken to a completely bizarre place by the article.

Blumberg’s position is similar to many in that Eshed’s views were either mistranslated or embellished in the original December 4 article. But were they?

What’s important to keep in mind in finding an answer is that the Yedioth Aharonot interview follows the traditional question and answer format, interspersed with the interviewer’s commentary. The commentary sections involve the interviewer applying Eshed’s views to contemporary developments, which might raise the possibility of mistranslation or embellishment. However, these commentaries are followed by the professor’s own words in answering a succession of questions about UFOs, extraterrestrial life and secret agreements, all done in the Hebrew language.

I did a Google Translate of the Yedioth Aharonot interview into English and found Eshed’s responses to questions where he addressed the issues of US alien agreements, a US base on Mars, and a Galactic Federation monitoring human events. I was able to confirm that his responses, through Google Translate, closely matched what was written in the Jewish Press story, and other Israeli news outlets, such as The Jerusalem Post and The Times of Israel, in their English language articles.

While I’m not proficient in the Hebrew language, nor does Google Translate do justice to what Eshed is saying, there is nevertheless consistency in the quotes attributed to him, by these three independent Israeli news stories, with the translation of the Professor’s own words by Google Translate.

Each Israeli source discussed the radical implications of what was said rather than raise problems of embellishment or translation. Clearly, the writers for each Israeli source read the original Yedioth Aharonot interview to get the gist of what Eshed was saying in his own words.

What was subsequently published in Israeli news sources are therefore  accurate translations of what Professor Eshed actually said rather than embellishments or distortions as suggested by leading UFO researchers such as Britain’s Nick Pope. He told NBC News: “Either this is some sort of practical joke or publicity stunt to help sell his book, perhaps with something having been lost in translation, or someone in the know is breaking ranks”.

Having eliminated translation or embellishment problems, then is Eshed “breaking ranks” and revealing long-held secrets as Pope suggests?

For an answer, we need to consider Eshed’s background, as revealed by Wikipedia and other sources. In 1969, Eshed was sent to the US by the Israel Defense Force’s (IDF) Intelligence Division to gain a Ph.D. in aeronautical engineering. Upon his return, he headed the IDF’s research and development department in the Intelligence Corps. By 1979, as Lt. Colonel in the IDF, he began to work on a detailed proposal for the establishment of a satellite program that could be used for space reconnaissance of the Middle East.

In 1981, Eshed retired from active military service and became a full-time professor at the Israel Institute of Technology, aka Technion, Israel’s oldest and top-ranked University. He subsequently played key roles in founding and leading the Israel Space Agency (1983) and the Technion’s (Asher) Space Research Institute (1984). Eshed managed Israel’s satellite projects, including its highly classified spy satellites responsible for monitoring the Middle East region for possible national security threats such as Iran’s secret construction of nuclear weapons facilities.

There are two phases during his military and civilian career that Eshed would have acquired access to information concerning extraterrestrial life and technology. The first phase involved his military service with the IDF, where Eshed worked with “Unit 81”, the secret technology unit of the Israeli Military Intelligence Directorate. It is the Israeli equivalent of the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology.

It’s highly likely that Eshed, at some time during US Israeli collaborations on breakthrough technologies, would have learned about multiple highly classified DARPA/CIA programs conducted during the 1970s. One of these very likely included a joint US extraterrestrial base on Mars reported by various insiders associated with the Montauk Project (1971-1983).

Decades later, Laura Eisenhower, the great granddaughter of President Eisenhower, says that she was subjected to a recruitment effort for a secret US base on Mars, but declined despite great pressure exerted on her.

Consequently, it is likely that it is through joint US Israeli collaboration on breakthrough technologies while he was associated with Unit 81 during his military service that Eshed first learned about a secret US base on Mars and extraterrestrial agreements.

During his subsequent “civilian career” (1981-2010), Eshed no doubt continued to work closely with his peers from DARPA and the CIA on breakthrough technologies, while he focused on space surveillance technologies for the IDF.

Up to his retirement in October 2010, Professor Eshed had been responsible for the launch of 20 Israeli satellites during his nearly 30-year career at the Space Research Institute and the Israel Space Agency.

During his command of Israel’s spy satellite program, he now worked closely with US peers from the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), which runs spy satellites and is jointly run by the Pentagon and the CIA. It’s during joint intelligence sharing between the NRO, CIA, and the Pentagon’s National Security Agency (NSA), with the IDF, Israel Space Agency, and the Space Research Institute that Eshed presumably learned a lot more about highly classified US programs concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life that he first learned about while working for Unit 81.

According to Dan Sherman, a 12-year veteran with the US Air Force (1982-1994), the NSA ran an electronic communications program (“Project Preserve Destiny”) with extraterrestrials that relayed details about abducted humans that were returned to their pick-up locations unharmed and with memories wiped. Sherman’s testimony matches what Prof. Eshed and others have said about US extraterrestrial agreements and genetic experiments.

https://youtu.be/vKPoFvoSqF8

As for Eshed’s revelations about a Galactic Federation monitoring human affairs and deciding that humanity is not yet ready for open contact, this is clearly a highly controversial claim. There have been many claims of an extraterrestrial Federation, Confederation, or Alliance monitoring human affairs and regulating multiple alien visitors’ activities to our world.

The earliest reference goes back to 1952 when the famed contactee, George Van Tassel, claimed to be in communication with the “Ashtar Command,” which was deemed to be part of a wider Galactic Federation, that requested the US abandon research into thermonuclear weapons. The Galactic Federation/Ashtar Command was involved in a failed diplomatic outreach that occurred on February 20, 1954, when President Eisenhower met with its representatives at Edwards Air Force base to discuss thermonuclear weapons testing. The extraterrestrial representatives further warned Eisenhower about unscrupulous alien groups that would soon make contact to make deals.

There has been over the subsequent decades a steady succession of contactees, insiders and channelers that have spoken or written about a Galactic Federation regulating human affairs. Eshed’s reference to the Galactic Federation adds credence to the legitimacy of such claims. Indeed, the subject of Galactic Diplomacy, which is the title of my 2013 book, has been given a healthy shot of credibility.

In a December 10 interview published on YouTube, I spoke with Corey Goode, a secret space program insider, about Professor Eshed’s claims concerning a Galactic Federation. Goode elaborated upon the different federations that he was aware of or that he interacted with during his SSP service and off planet contact experiences.

As for his claim that the Galactic Federation asserts humanity is not yet ready for open contact due to our lack of technological development, there are a few ways to interpret this. One may be that our overall technological level of development needs to be closer to a Type 1 status civilization according to the Kardashev scale. This is where the majority of humanity’s energy needs come from planet-wide energy generating systems. This would require humanity moving away from non-renewable fossil fuel sources to electromagnetic or other planet-wide energy systems.

Another interpretation is that the current global situation by which advanced technology is controlled by the Deep State and withheld from the rest of humanity needs to be dealt with before open contact can occur. In other words, the power of the Deep State needs to be removed or significantly curtailed before humanity is ready for contact. After all, why would a benign Galactic Federation want to admit a planetary member that is schizophrenic and corrupted by a hidden Deep State that contemptuously manipulates the rest of humanity?

In conclusion, Professor Eshed’s revelations have brought to the mainstream media’s attention information drawn from highly classified extraterrestrial related projects that have been earlier revealed by many brave insiders, witnesses, and contactees who were widely ridiculed and debunked for their disclosure efforts. It’s hard to debunk someone with Professor Eshed’s background and stature when he raises such controversial topics.

While there may be controversy over Eshed’s startling comments, this is not due to erroneous translations, embellishments, or him losing his mind. Instead, humanity is being told to wake up to truths about extraterrestrial life and secret agreements with the visitors that have been ignored and widely ridiculed for decades.

Many scientists, academics, and space professionals are in deep denial that they could have been fooled about such monumental issues during their distinguished careers. Professor Eshed’s revelations are a big wake up call. He is asking if we personally and collectively are ready for open contact with extraterrestrial life and a Galactic Federation.

Our Grandfather Was the First to Investigate the Roswell Crash

Article by Jesse Marcel III, Denice Marcel and John Marcel                                 December 7, 2020                                     (newsweek.com)

• In 1947, our grandfather, Major Jesse Marcel (pictured above), was an intelligence officer stationed at the 509th US Army Bomb Group in Roswell, New Mexico, at the time the only atomic bomb unit in the world. In July of that year, a mysterious crash occurred in the desert outside Roswell that would change our father’s (Major Marcel’s son, Jesse Marcel Jr.) life, and our family’s lives, forever.

• The officer in charge of the 509th, Colonel William H. Blanchard, chose Major Jesse Marcel to investigate the crash site near Roswell and to report back. What Major Marcel found was remarkable, and he believed that the craft that had crashed was not made by human hands. We, Major Marcel’s grandchildren, were told growing up that he had broken protocol and a few orders by packing up some of the debris to share with his son and wife, our father and grandmother. As he shared these illicit pieces of crash material with his family members, our dad recalls grandpa saying that they were looking at “pieces of a flying saucer.”

• Dad would talk about seeing, as a 10 year old kid, foil sheets that were incredibly strong yet light as a feather, and other details of that night. He described small structural beams from the craft with hieroglyphic-looking writing that would appear when you looked at them at an angle. Roswell researchers Thomas J. Carey and Donald R. Schmidt spoke to eyewitnesses who also saw foil-like material that would return to its original shape no matter how much you twisted or tried to wrinkle it.

• On summer trips to visit our grandfather in Louisiana, grandpa would add to the story. He told us that he had also seen glass-like fiber optic materials strewn throughout the debris, and even what appeared to be an animal hit by the craft when it crashed. He described how it took five or six large cargo trucks to transport all the debris back to the base. But grandpa was still very guarded when it came to telling us too much. We could see that he was conflicted between the need to expose the entire story and the need to honor his military oath.

• As a (US Navy) military family in the early 1970s, we moved to wherever our father, Jesse Marcel Jr., was stationed – from the Great Lakes of Michigan to the rural town of Clancy, Montana. Our father educated us in everything from physics to astronomy. When not in school, we would stand side-by-side with dad working on one of his many projects. One such project was to grind thick plates of glass into a parabola shaped mirrors for a telescope he was building in the backyard. We would spend awe-filled nights looking at the sky, the rings around Saturn or the moons of Jupiter, through that telescope. When we were peering through his telescope, dad would say that we humans are not alone in the universe and there was a chance that extraterrestrial beings could be looking right back at us.

• While our father, Jesse Marcel Jr., had been silent for decades (before his passing in 2013), people never stopped asking where the debris ended up, or whether our grandfather had kept a memento. We, his children, found a diary amongst his things which had not been shared with the public. The contents of the diary were finally shared in a History Channel three-part series: “Roswell: The First Witness”, which premiered on December 12th.

• Our family is not surprised about the continued interest in Roswell given the inconsistencies in the early explanations shared by the government, along with a number of witness testimonies. Although the US Air Force stated in the 1990s that there was no “cover-up”, but that the object that crashed was a top secret balloon that was part of Project Mogul, designed to monitor Soviet nuclear testing. Still, there are many who believe it is still an unsolved “UFO” mystery.

• Grandpa considered himself lucky to have been the right person at the right place at the right time, even though it came at the cost of exposing our family to the world. With the actions that Major Jesse Marcel took both at the time of the incident and leading up to his death, we believe he showed that he well understood the extraordinary uniqueness of the event. Today, it is widely accepted that we are not alone in the universe, whatever that truly means. Incidents like the 1947 Roswell incident have inspired scientists, astronauts, and even a few grandchildren to look into the sky with hopes of someday meeting our celestial family. Grandpa would be pleased.

[Editor’s Note]    See these previous ExoArticles on Roswell crash documents and journal that Major Jesse Marcel bequeathed to his family at his death in 1986: “Marcel Family Shares Never-Before-Seen Artifacts; Treasure Trove for UFO Researchers” and Pascagoula UFO abductee Calvin Parker’s account of where Major Marcel hid the foil-like UFO material: “US Army Major ‘Hid Debris From Roswell UFO Crash in His Water Heater After Government Tried to Cover it Up’”.

Maj Jesse Marcel’s grandkids: Jesse Marcel III, Denice Marcel and John Marcel

Our grandfather, Major Jesse Marcel, was a decorated intelligence officer in 1947 stationed at the 509th Bomb group, at the time the only atomic bomb unit in the entire world. He played an integral role in planning the group’s nuclear strike sorties over Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan, and had an illustrious career guarding some of the most important secrets of the Second World War.

Maj. Jesse Marcel and others looking over dubious crash material

In early July of that year, a mysterious crash occurred in the desert outside Roswell, New Mexico and he was chosen to investigate the crash site and report back to his superior, Colonel William H. Blanchard. What he found was remarkable, and he believed that what he was examining was not made by human hands. We were told growing up that he broke protocol and a few orders by packing up some of the debris to share with his son and wife, our father and grandmother, before returning to the army base. This was an event that would change our father’s life, and our own, forever. As they were examining the material, our dad clearly recalls grandpa saying that they were looking at “pieces of a flying saucer.”

Maj. Jesse Marcel’s son, Jesse Marcel III

Dad would share with us many more details of that night, often at dinner time with Star Trek playing in the background for effect. He would talk about seeing foil sheets that were incredibly strong yet light as a feather. He would further describe beams with hieroglyphic looking writing that he claimed would appear if you looked at them at an angle.

In their book Witness To Roswell, Thomas J. Carey and Donald R. Schmidt spoke to eyewitnesses who said

The US military ‘accidentally’ reporting the truth about UFOs in 1947

that they saw “metal” material, like that described by our father, that returned to its original shape no matter how much you twisted or tried to put a wrinkle in it.

On summer trips to visit our grandfather in Louisiana, he would add to the story. He told us that he had seen glass-like fiber optic materials strewn throughout the debris in the field and even what appeared to be an animal hit by the craft that had crashed. He would describe how it took five to six large 2.5 ton 6×6 cargo trucks to transport all the debris back to the base.

As we grew older, Grandpa would share more of the story with us but was still very guarded when it came to telling us too much, maybe out of concern that information that haunted him would come back to haunt us. We could see on his face that he was conflicted between the need to expose the entire story as he saw it and the need to honor the oath he had taken to his country. We would try to get him to tell us more, but with a career in intelligence, he knew how to record and keep a secret.

Trump Administration’s ‘National Space Policy’ and Space Force’s Role

Article by Sandra Erwin                                       December 9, 2020                                         (spacenews.com)

• On December 9th, the Trump administration released a new National Space Policy to replace the previous version issued by the Obama administration in 2010. The new policy “highlights the Department of Defense as a key agency in implementing and achieving the nation’s goals in this important domain,” with the US Space Force as the vanguard.

• The policy states that the Space Force is responsible for “defending the use of space for US national security purposes. This includes protecting and preserving lines of communication that are open, safe and secure in the space domain”. • Gen. John Raymond, Chief of Space Operations, said the national space policy “guides the efforts of the United States Space Force as we continue to deliver capabilities and forces in defense of our nation’s interests in space.”

President Trump and Gen. John Raymond

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration released a new national space policy Dec. 9 that articulates U.S. goals in civil space exploration, commercial growth and national security. The document recognizes the U.S. Space Force as the primary organization responsible for defending the nation’s interests in space.

The previous version of the national space policy was issued by the Obama administration in 2010.

The Pentagon in a statement said the new policy document “highlights the Department of Defense as a

key agency in implementing and achieving the nation’s goals in this important domain.”

Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller said: “Over the last year we have established the necessary organizations to ensure we can deter hostilities, demonstrate responsible behaviors, defeat aggression and protect the interests of the United States and our allies.”

The policy states that the Space Force, which was established in December 2019, is responsible for “defending the use of space for U.S. national security purposes. This includes protecting and preserving lines of communication that are open, safe and secure in the space domain. The service also will “deter adversaries and other actors from conducting activities that may threaten the peaceful use of space by the United States, its allies and partners; while compelling and imposing costs on adversaries to cease behaviors threatening that peaceful use.”

The UFO Phenomenon is About to Get Very Real

Article by Rick Moran                                       December 3, 2020                                        (pjmedia.com)

• While many believe in UFO/UAPs and alien visitation, proof seems to be lacking except for eyewitness accounts. Numerous reports point to a government conspiracy to “hide the truth” about alien visitation. But this “conspiracy” may simply be a military disinformation campaign to hide its development of super-secret, super-capable weapons.

• Some of these eyewitness accounts come from fighter pilots with video from sophisticated, high-tech imaging systems. A recent 2020 DoD report, shared throughout the civilian and military intelligence community (see previous ExoArticle here), includes an extraordinary photograph taken in late 2019 of a triangle-shaped UFO by a F/A-18F fighter jet operating off the US East Coast. According to the report, the Triangle UFO rose out of the Atlantic Ocean and rapidly accelerated out of sight on a vertical axis.

• If the military and the intelligence community are at a loss to explain these UFO sightings, might they be slowly coming to the conclusion, through the process of elimination, that these UFO/UAP craft did not originate on planet Earth? For anyone in government to reach this conclusion demands attention from the rest of us.

• These UFO/UAPs are apparently powered by unconventional, non-jet based flight propulsion systems, exhibiting no exhaust trails. And they are capable of rapidly navigating water, air, and space. No nation or corporation has been shown to possess, let alone manifest, such advanced engineering. Also, the UFOs seem to be particularly attracted to the Navy’s nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and regularly appear over our nuclear missile bases.

• The US Navy has sonar nets strung out around the world to listen for foreign submarines. But remarkably, the Navy is also tracking USOs – Unidentified Submersible Objects – moving at impossible speeds with no cavitating propellers and no known propulsion system.

• What could these UAP of alien origin want with our nuclear technology? Why would the US military believe that UAP pose a potential threat? These aliens have traveled trillions and trillions of miles, and for what? We don’t know. Their intelligence may operate on a completely different plane than ours — perhaps even a different reality.

• The UFO phenomenon is becoming too widespread and there have been far too many witnesses, not just on fighter jets but also on Navy warships. Soon – probably sometime in the next five years – the US Navy will have no choice but to admit the truth. Unfortunately, the most momentous announcement in human history will probably be a leak that the Navy will reluctantly confirm. Not the parades and brass bands such an announcement deserves, but it will do.

[Editor’s Note]  This article claims that “No nation or corporation has been shown to possess, let alone manifest, such advanced engineering.” Apparently, mainstream scientists, researchers and military personnel don’t read the ExoNews. If they did, they would know that the Navy itself has publicly divulged – through its patent applications – that it possesses the type of “alien” technology for ‘transmedium’ vehicles that can travel effortlessly through air, water and the vacuum of space. (see previous ExoArticles: “US Navy Disclosing Secret Space Program Technologies through Patents System” and “US Navy Regards Electromagnetic Propulsion & Tesla Shield Patents as Operable”) The US Navy is absolutely capable of building these type of craft, and the fact that they’ve submitted patents means that they possess at least an operational model. Perhaps the Navy doesn’t mind people believing that these craft are of ‘extraterrestrial origin’, although though they did derive the technology from extraterrestrial allies.

As the former head of Israel’s space program, Professor Haim Eshed recently revealed, the extraterrestrials themselves think that the people on Earth are not yet mentally ready to know the truth. (see previous ExoArticle: “Former Head of Israel’s Space Program Says Aliens Asked Not to Be Revealed as Humanity is Not Ready”) It is a fallacy, perpetuated by the deep state, that some isolated space crew of alien explorers traveled “trillions and trillions of miles” and just happened upon our planet. In reality, extraterrestrial civilizations permeate the galaxy (and universe), and this sector of the Milky Way is no exception. Representatives of the Galactic Federation, the benevolent authority in this galaxy, asked President Trump to hold off on announcing the long-standing presence of the many species of extraterrestrial beings that reside on, within, and around the Earth and our solar system, especially since World War II, until the Earth population is accustomed to the idea and it won’t cause “mass hysteria”. Therefore, full disclosure will depend on how long it will take for the population to ‘wake up’ and accept the pervasive ET reality.

             recent ‘triangle USO’, 2019

Sometime in the next five years, the United States Navy will announce unmistakable, undeniable proof of the extraterrestrial origin of what they term “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAP). The most recent report from the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, which is run out of the Office of Naval Intelligence, comes very close to making that determination public.

‘tic tac’ UFO off of San Diego, 2004

While many believe in alien visitation, the proof has been lacking except for eyewitness accounts. There also have been numerous reports of a government conspiracy to “hide the truth” about alien visitation. The “conspiracy” was a useful part of the military’s disinformation campaign to hide what they were really doing: building super-secret, super-capable weapons.

But these reports from fighter pilots with video from sophisticated, high-tech imaging systems have the spooks stumped. Through the process of elimination, they are slowly coming to the conclusion that the UAP phenomenon features aircraft that did not originate on planet Earth.

‘FLIR1’ UFO off of Florida, 2015

No-brainer, right? Except these are some of the most brilliant scientists in the world. They don’t leap to conclusions. They don’t play hunches. They don’t tell us what’s obvious. They base their conclusions on the facts. And for anyone in government to reach this conclusion demands attention from the rest of us.

Washington Examiner: It is the 2020 report, however, which is most striking. Shared very widely across

‘Go Fast’ UFO off of Virginia, 2015

the civilian and military intelligence community, it includes an extraordinary photograph taken in late 2019 of a triangle-shaped UFO. The photograph was taken by a F/A-18F fighter jet operating off the U.S. East Coast. According to the report, the Triangle UFO rose out of the Atlantic Ocean and rapidly accelerated out of sight on a vertical axis. I believe, but have been unable to confirm, that the aircrew responsible for the photo were operating off either the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower or the USS John C. Stennis.

The UAP are attracted to our nuclear reactors like bees to honey.

This is big news, or should be, for four reasons.

NASA Reveals the Companies That Will Collect Moon Resources

Article by Brittany A. Roston                                   December 4, 2020                              (slashgear.com)

• NASA previously revealed intentions to tap commercial companies to collect space resources on behalf of the space agency, starting with Moon rocks. This is a part of NASA’s plan to return humans to the Moon by 2024 and establish a permanent lunar base under the Artemis program. In September, NASA published a solicitation targeted at private companies for proposals on how they could help the space agency acquire space resources.

• NASA wants to use commercial companies in a big way in order to make the missions affordable while boosting innovation and sustainability. Though the space agency largely uses American companies for these programs, it has also sought international support.

• On December 3rd, NASA announced that it will work with ispace Europe of Luxembourg, Masten Space Systems of California, Lunar Outpost of Colorado, and ispace of Japan under this program. The total contracts for the collected materials will amount to $25,001 USD.

• In a statement, NASA acting associate administrator for international and interagency relations, Mike Gold, said: “These awards expand NASA’s innovative use of public-private partnerships to the Moon. We’re excited to join with our commercial and international partners to make Artemis the largest and most diverse global human space exploration coalition in history. Space resources are the fuel that will propel America and all of humanity to the stars.”

NASA has announced the private companies it will use to collect ‘extraterrestrial resources.’ The space agency previously revealed intentions to tap commercial enterprises for space resource collection, underscoring its continued work with private businesses to speed up its missions and cut down costs. The arrangement will kick off with these companies collecting lunar regolith.

      NASA’s Mike Gold

Back in September, NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine announced that the space agency sought resources from beyond our planet as a ‘key’ part of its sustainable Moon mission goals. Though it is doubtful that NASA will manage to return humans to the Moon by 2024, it will eventually send its astronauts to the lunar surface.

NASA has used commercial companies in a big way as part of its relatively new Artemis program, something Bridenstine had said was a way to make the missions affordable while boosting innovation and sustainability.

Though the space agency largely utilizes American companies for these deals, the space resources ambition is one that has sought international support. At that time, NASA published a solicitation targeted at private companies for proposals on how they could help the space agency acquire space resources.

Encounter With an Extraterrestrial in an Alaskan Blizzard

Article by Arjun Walia                                     December 3, 2020                                     (collective-evolution.com)

• Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke, a Cherokee/Choctaw and Professor Emeritus at Montana State University, has been collecting encounters between Native American Indians and ‘Star People’ for many years. In her book, “Encounters With Star People, Untold Stories of American Indians” she explains how her fascination with Star People came from stories told to her by older relatives, like her grandmother, when she was a child.

• In one of the chapters, Clarke describes a story told to her by an Alaskan Native named Ross. Ross operated a snowplow for a living, and on one particular night he was working a 50-mile stretch of highway during a terrible snowstorm where visibility was almost zero. About an hour into his shift, Ross got a call from another driver, Bill, who told him that there was a strange glow up ahead on the roadway. Before Ross had a chance to respond, he came upon a round disk with bright orange lights around the bottom sitting in the middle of the highway, covering two full lanes. Ross stopped within 20 feet of it, flipped his lights up and down and tried calling Bill, but his radio was dead.

• Suddenly, blinding white lights came from the disk. The craft moved upward and was gone. Ross sat there for a moment, not believing what he had just seen. Ross realized his truck engine was off, although he had not turned it off. When he turned the key in the ignition, the snowplow’s engine came to life. He put the truck in gear and began to move forward when he felt something bump near is truck’s front right tire.

• Ross stopped and was preparing to go out and see what had hit his his truck when he saw a hand reach upward and pound on the side window. Then a second hand appeared. “It was the scariest damn thing I have ever seen. I swear to you. Those hands only had four digits!” said Ross. “I turned on the light inside the cab and suddenly a face appeared and stared at me. Suddenly, it turned and ran across the road to a stand of trees and disappeared.”

• The creature ran across the road into the woods. Ross decided against going out into the minus 70-degree temperature and figured that was the end of it. But it wasn’t. The creature re-appeared in the middle of the road ahead of him. He somehow understood that the creature was cold and needed shelter. Ross telepathically offered him to come inside the truck, but the alien creature refused. He stood in the middle of the road and told Ross that it was cold, and that it was Ross’ fault.

• The creature telepathically explained to Ross that he had been outside in the snow when Ross’ truck came upon the craft. In the alien crew’s haste to leave, they left without him. Ross again invited him inside the snowplow, feeling that he “could not leave him outside in the cold”. Reluctantly the creature came inside, but not like one would normally climb inside a truck. He just appeared. One minute he was standing in the middle of the road, the next minute he was inside the cab with Ross.

• The alien was small in stature. He had a human form, but he wasn’t human. He could have passed for maybe a ten year old child from a distance. When Ross asked how he could simply appear in the cab, the alien told him that everyone from his world could come and go like that. He said that Ross could do it, too. “I just had to learn to use my brain in the right way,” the creature told him. “I didn’t understand what he meant.”

• The humanoid alien told Ross that his spacecraft had malfunctioned, and they’d set down momentarily for repairs. The crew didn’t know that they were sitting on a highway because of the storm. The small alien was curious and had gone outside of the craft to do some testing of the snow. When Ross’ snowplow truck came upon them the crew were shocked and in a hurry to leave. In their confusion, they took off without him. As a rule, the alien crew were not allowed to make human contact. They had already violated several rules of their travel. The alien said that they were a young crew and would likely lose their rights as explorers if their superiors discovered their mistake.

• The alien was fascinated with the snowplow and how it worked. He considered it a rather primitive machine and remarked that humans put too much reliance on oil-based machines. He said they should spend their energy on studying the use of magnetic propulsion for travel. He said that on his planet, the weather never varied. He had never experienced snow or extreme cold in his entire life, and hoped never to repeat the experience.

• “That was the longest night of my life,” said Ross. Not knowing what to ask an alien, Ross and the creature rode along quietly as Ross continued his snowplowing rounds. Once he made it to the 50-mile point, they turned around and began the journey back again. It was snowing hard and the roads were covered with another four inches of snow. On the return trip, the spacecraft appeared again in the middle of the road at the exact same spot as earlier. The alien suddenly disappeared. Within seconds, Ross saw him in front of the spacecraft. The pulsating lights outlined his shape in the dim light, and Ross detected a brief and simple salute or a wave. Then the craft was gone.

• The day after this encounter, two military officers showed up at Ross’ work and asked if anyone had reported seeing strange lights or UFOs on the previous night. His boss told them there were no reports. Both Ross and Ed, the other driver, decided it would be best to keep quiet. They didn’t want to lose their employment because of some government investigation.

• The ET phenomenon leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. It greatly expands our human consciousness and the way we perceive ourselves, the cosmos, and the nature of reality. Think of all that will change when we seriously consider not only the existence of off-world civilizations but the technology they use to get here. We Earth humans are natural born explorers, meant to traverse the universe in search of discovering new worlds and other life. Perhaps this is what these alien beings were doing.

• The topic of UFOs seems to be getting a lot of attention these days in the mainstream media. But ‘powerful interests’ will no doubt try and control the narrative. How will we ultimately experience our potential? We need to look at what holds us back. Do our ideas, beliefs and worldviews truly hold up to the information out there? At this point, we know for certain what has been denied for decades – that UFOs are real.

The topic of UFOs seems to be getting never-ending attention these days by the mainstream media, which is something quite different from a decades long ridicule campaign that’s taken place. Recently, the New York Times covered a story about Eric W. Davis, a renowned astrophysicist who worked with the Pentagon UFO program, stating that he gave a classified briefing to a Defense Department Agency as recently as March about retrievals from “off-world vehicles not made on this Earth.”

    Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke

Mainstream media coverage of the UFO topic is a deep discussion, and it’s a topic, like everything else, where the ‘powerful interests’, for lack of a better word, will no doubt try and control the narrative and shape our perception of this reality.

All in all, at this point we know what has been denied for decades, UFOs are real. The next question now is, what are they and who’s manning them?

Back when UFOs were still considered a “conspiracy theory” there was ample evidence clearly showing that they were indeed real. It’s a shame that something has to be acknowledged by the mainstream for it to be considered real. Just as the evidence was there for the existence of UFOs when they were ridiculed, “there is abundant evidence” that “civilizations have been visiting us for a very long time.” – Dr Brian O’leary, NASA Astronaut, Princeton Physics Professor. That is to say, there is ample evidence, in my opinion, suggesting that some of these UFOs are made by and operated by beings from other planets, civilizations and dimensions.

With this belief, I’ve dived into the lore of extraterrestrial encounters for quite some time. I find it fascinating how thousands of stories can corroborate with each other, and I find encounters with extraterrestrials, although they cannot be verified, to be a critical part for anybody to investigate if they want to have a broader perspective on the UFO phenomenon.

Unfortunately, most people don’t actually research the subject and this often leads them to think there is no real evidence, and even report that to be the case.

At the very least, these stories which number in the tens of thousands, if not millions, are very fascinating.

China vs the US and the Risks of a Space Rivalry

Article by Sarah Zheng                                    November 29, 2020                                (scmp.com)

• The recent voyage of China’s Chang’e 5 lunar spacecraft to bring Moon samples back to Earth was more than a signal of China’s ambitions to US military officials. To Space Force General John Raymond it represented a threat that China and Russia pose to American access to space. “The two countries seek to stop US access to space, Raymond posted on the DoD website. “[T]hey are developing capabilities that would negate the US advantage.” Raymond is calling for the US to work more closely with its allies, to “stay ahead of the growing threat.”

• Raymond’s approach would continue to deny China access to American technology and ensure a clear separation between the US and Chinese space programs. But Matthew Daniels, a senior fellow at Georgetown University, notes that the division between the US and Chinese space programs is due to US barriers, resulting in almost no direct links between the two countries in space technology research, development and operations. The US is ahead in technologies such as reusable launch systems and satellite manufacturing, but China is narrowing the gap. So cutting the US off from Chinese advancements in technology could come at a cost for the United States and miss an opportunity to reduce the risk of political conflict. So should the US cooperate with China in some areas or continue to freeze it out?

• Further limits on the transfer of space technologies to China could be carried out with still more barriers to US commercial space technology transfers, extra limits on US civil space engagement and coordination, diplomatic pressure on third parties working with both the US and China, and visa restrictions on Chinese aerospace researchers. In the long term, however, it could encourage China to establish a stronger space technology ecosystem of its own. China would then have more of a chance to build alternative international coalitions, including by drawing in Europe and Russia.

• “The current separation will probably continue to slow China in the near term,” says Daniels. “[T]his effect will diminish, however, and it may help grow indigenous supply chains and markets in China.” The US could thereby lose its international leadership in space, while missing a chance to obtain strategic information about China’s space activities and reducing the opportunity to manage crises and conflict.”

              Gen. John “Jay” Raymond

When the Chang’e 5 lunar spacecraft lifted off from a launch pad in southern China this week it was not just a signal of China’s ambitions to bring moon samples back to Earth. Half a world away in the United States, the launch was a sign to US Space Force General John Raymond of the threat that China – together with Russia – poses in blocking American access to space.

                      Matthew Daniels

“The two countries seek to stop US access to space, and they are developing capabilities that would negate the US advantage,” he said in an interview published on the US Department of Defence website.

Raymond called for the US to work more closely with allies, to “stay ahead of the growing threat” from China.

It is an approach that would continue to deny China access to American technology and ensure a clear separation between the US and Chinese space programmes.

But some observers say that this could come at a cost for the United States and miss an opportunity to reduce the risk of conflict.
The two space programmes are already “substantially separated”, according to Matthew Daniels, a senior expert for the Office of the US Secretary of Defence and a senior fellow at Georgetown University.

In a report published in October published by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Daniels said the division was due mostly to US barriers, resulting in almost no direct links between the two countries in space technology research, development and operations.

Ariel’s Search For Extraterrestrial Life

Article by Giovanni Mussini                                 November 30, 2020                                      (oxfordstudent.com)

• The European Ariel space telescope (Atmospheric Remote-sensing Infrared Exoplanet Large-survey) has been given the go-ahead for launch in 2029. Intended to map the atmospheres and chemical environments of distant exoplanets, the Ariel spacecraft’s search range will target hundreds of planets in the hotter Goldilocks zones in order to build a standard model of atmospheres based on the attributes of its host star and planetary environments.

• Different atmospheric components imprint distinctive patterns on the starlight beaming through. While not conducive to life itself, planets having an “atmospheric cauldron” that can circulate freely allows Ariel to capture more representative spectral signatures to create a standard model.

• The presence of unique ‘biosignatures’ arise due to the unique self-organizing properties of life. But at the same time, anomalies are unlikely to be spectacular or self-evident. Take Venus for example. Venus is a planetary inferno bathed in sulphuric acid rains, with a mean surface temperature high enough to melt lead. The biosignature of phosphine – a chemical created by living organisms – was detected in the cooler high-altitude Venusian clouds. But it is uncertain whether the presence of phosphine is due to biological activity, exotic abiotic chemistries, or a blip in the data.

• Time and again, attempts to map molecular pathways to life from simple organics have failed. Promising places – such as deep-sea hydrothermal vents – have proven an unlikely starting point for biology. The necessary interdependence of proteins, membranes, and nucleic acids may require simultaneous assembly, rather than in a stepwise fashion. Across the cosmos, the least unlikely places for spontaneous life to occur might be mineral-rich ephemeral pools bombarded by UV radiation. This is bad news for life. Temperate gas giants, oceanic super-Earths, and promising icy moons would all be ruled out. Perhaps biology really needs a planet like ours to get started: rocky, temperate, and tectonically active, with emerging landmasses. Places like these probably do exist, dotting the spiral arms of our galaxy.

• If the history of the Earth is any guide, evolution may rise to the challenges of alien worlds where there is living material to work from in the first place. Even on Venus, where balmy oceans existed as recently as 700 million years ago, life may have escaped the planet’s descent into a greenhouse nightmare by migrating to the higher atmosphere. As robotic emissaries and telescopic eyes return troves of data on far-flung worlds, sensational discoveries may come. But we are probably in for a long wait.

After years in the pipeline, the Ariel space telescope has been given the go-ahead for launch in 2029. This spacecraft is the brainchild of a cooperative European endeavour to map the atmospheres and chemical environments of far-flung worlds. If all goes well, Ariel will bring planetary science out of the solar system, and into uncharted territory. However, alien hunters may have to keep their enthusiasm in check – for now.

Ariel will peer at a range of exoplanets, but its focus will be on worlds baked by their home stars at over 320 ºC. By all measures, these are extremely unlikely abodes for life. Even so, the detection technique available to Ariel makes them attractive targets.

The telescope will search for faint chemical fingerprints as planets transit in front of their star. By only soaking up particular wavelengths, different atmospheric components imprint distinctive patterns on the starlight beaming through. The closer a planet is to its star, the more frequent the transits and the opportunities to carry out observations. Another perk of closely orbiting hellish worlds is that they wear their atmospheric makeup on their sleeve. Whereas gases may sink or coalesce into clouds on cooler planets, in an atmospheric cauldron they can circulate freely, allowing Ariel to capture more representative spectral signatures.

Ariel’s predecessors had to split their focus between probing exoplanetary atmospheres and other tasks. Instead, the ESA spacecraft will be solely dedicated to this endeavour, broadening the search to an unprecedented number of targets – hundreds of them. This is a cause for excitement. By gathering data en masse, Ariel will build towards something that has been sorely lacking in the quest for living worlds: a standard model of how atmospheres arise based on their host star and planetary environments. Understanding what is in line with this model, and what is not, may help scientists home in on genuine anomalies.

Telescope Used to Look for Alien Life Has Completely Collapsed

December 1, 2020                                      (fox2now.com)

• Last month, the US National Science Foundation (NSF) announced that the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico would be permanently closed. An auxiliary cable snapped in August causing a 100-foot gash on the 1,000-foot-wide dish (pictured above), damaging the receiver platform that hung above it. Then a main cable broke in mid-November.

• The huge radio telescope that played a key role in astronomical discoveries for more than half a century (and was used by SETI – the ‘Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence’ as seen in the 1997 movie “Contact”) completely collapsed on December 1st. The telescope’s 900-ton receiver platform fell onto the reflector dish more than 400 feet below. (see 1:38 minute video below) It had endured hurricanes, tropical humidity and a recent string of earthquakes in its 57 years of operation.

• “It sounded like a rumble. I knew exactly what it was,” said Jonathan Friedman, who worked for 26 years as a senior research associate at the observatory. “I was screaming. Personally, I was out of control…. I don’t have words to express it. It’s a very deep, terrible feeling.” When Friedman reached the dish, a cloud of dust hung in the air where the structure once stood, dashing hopes held by some scientists that the telescope could somehow be repaired.

• Scientists worldwide had petitioned US officials to reverse the NSF’s decision to close the observatory. The NSF said at the time that it intended to eventually reopen the visitor center and restore operations at the observatory’s remaining assets, including its two LIDAR facilities used for upper atmospheric and ionospheric research, analyzing cloud cover and precipitation data.

• “I am one of those students who visited it when young and got inspired,” said Abel Méndez, a physics and astrobiology professor at the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo. “The world without the observatory loses, but Puerto Rico loses even more.” Méndez last used the telescope on August 6th, just days before a socket holding the auxiliary cable snapped in what experts believe could be a manufacturing error.

• About 250 scientists worldwide had been using the observatory when it closed in August, including Méndez, who was studying stars to detect habitable planets. The NSF, which owns the observatory (managed by the University of Central Florida), said crews who evaluated the structure after the first incident determined that the remaining cables could handle the additional weight. But on November 6th, another cable broke.

MYSTERY WIRE (SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico) — A huge, already damaged radio telescope in Puerto Rico that has played a key role in astronomical discoveries for more than half a century completely collapsed on Tuesday.

                 Jonathan Friedman

The telescope’s 900-ton receiver platform fell onto the reflector dish more than 400 feet below.

The U.S. National Science Foundation had earlier announced that the Arecibo Observatory would be closed.

                           Abel Méndez

An auxiliary cable snapped in August, causing a 100-foot gash on the 1,000-foot-wide (305-meter-wide) dish and damaged the receiver platform that hung above it. Then a main cable broke in early November.

The collapse stunned many scientists who had relied on what was until recently the largest radio telescope in the world.

“It sounded like a rumble. I knew exactly what it was,” said Jonathan Friedman, who worked for 26 years as a senior research associate at the observatory and still lives near it. “I was screaming. Personally, I was out of control…. I don’t have words to express it. It’s a very deep, terrible feeling.”

Friedman ran up a small hill near his home and confirmed his suspicions: A cloud of dust hung in the air where the structure once stood, demolishing hopes held by some scientists that the telescope could somehow be repaired.

“It’s a huge loss,” said Carmen Pantoja, an astronomer and professor at the University of Puerto Rico who used the telescope for her doctorate. “It was a chapter of my life.”

Moving to the Moon – What Will the First Extraterrestrial City Look Like?

Article by Steve Cowan                                  December 1, 2020                                (freenews.live)

• The Chinese probe “Chang’e-5” has successfully collected lunar rock and soil samples from the Moon, and is on its way back to Earth. This feat marks another stage in China’s ultimate plan to establish a permanent base on the Moon. Russia’s Roscosmos and NASA are also planning “lunar cities”.

• The last time humans were on the Moon was on December 14, 1972 when American astronaut Eugene Cernan walked on the lunar surface. In the coming years, we will inevitably witness a substantial increase in the Moon’s active development. However, unlike in the past, space agencies find it too expensive to launch heavy rockets whenever they want to visit the Moon. Today’s space programs will be more inclined to create permanent bases both in the Moon’s orbit and on the lunar surface.

• The Moon is attractive for several reasons. First, as an outpost for flights to other planets in the solar system. Secondly, as a source of minerals – primarily helium-3 which is used to produce thermonuclear fuel. Third, scientists plan to place a radio telescope on the Moon’s far side, protected from Earth’s interference. Using this telescope, scientists hope to discover the ‘cosmic microwave background’ allowing them to reconstruct the events of the universe during the first few hundred million years after the Big Bang. Fourth, and perhaps the most important benefit of establishing a Moon base, will be to test experimental technologies that will assist human migration to other planets in the future.

• While the 1967 Outer Space Treaty does not specifically regulate the use of space resources, an unratified December 1979 UN General Assembly Agreement does attempt to address the activities of states on the Moon and other celestial bodies. However, on April 6, 2020, President Trump signed an Executive Order approving the commercial development of resources by the US on the Moon and other planets and asteroids of the solar system.

• The first problem with everyone wanting to colonize the Moon is not about science, but the legal and commercial aspects of everyone aiming to use the same locations and resources at the South Pole of the Moon (although it would be technically easier to make shuttle flights to and from an orbital space station). The South Polar Region is ideal because it contains relatively large “cold traps” where permanently shaded areas hold water ice which is essential for everything from drinking and growing food, to obtaining oxygen for breathing and hydrogen for rocket fuel. Also, it is never dark at the South Pole so you can continuously recharge solar panels. On the rest of the Moon’s surface, the night lasts for two weeks.

• Moon base developers suggest that mirrors can be fixed on craters’ edges and direct sunlight to shaded areas. The heated ice will turn into steam, which will go through a pipeline to an electrolysis plant where it is split into hydrogen and oxygen. Experts estimate that there are up to ten billion tons of ice in the cold traps near the South Pole. The water and oxygen needed to sustain a base with only four people would require several tens of tons of water per year.

• Ice can also be found in miniature cold traps, up to a centimeter in diameter, mostly in the circumpolar regions. Up to forty thousand square kilometers of the lunar surface could be covered in water ice. More recently, the SOFIA stratospheric Observatory’s infrared telescope detected signs of molecular water ice filling the voids between the grains of minerals in the lunar soil. If this ice could be harvested, the list of places to build a lunar base would expand significantly.

• The composition of lunar soil is 43 percent oxygen. By combining oxygen with hydrogen taken from other sources or delivered from Earth, you can produce water. For Moon dust to decompose in order to extract the oxygen, it needs to be heated up 900 degrees Celsius (1652 degrees Fahrenheit) which takes a lot of energy. Scientists suggest using giant mirrors that focus sunlight on the shell of a small reactor. Still, it would take years for a lunar facility to generate enough water fuel to send just one Apollo-sized spacecraft into lunar orbit.

• Despite all the difficulties, the European Space Agency (ESA) has already allocated funds to the British company, Metalysis, to finance the extraction of oxygen from lunar regolith. The company, along with scientists from the University of Glasgow, said that they successfully extracted 96 percent of oxygen from artificial lunar soil in experiments on Earth, turning the rest into useful metal powders.

• Unlike the Earth, the Moon does not have an atmosphere and a magnetic field. So structures in lunar bases must protect human inhabitants from cosmic rays, solar radiation, and a stream of meteorites. Shelters could be covered with a multi-meter layer of lunar soil, or the base could be located within a canyon or cave. Scientists have proposed a lava tunnel under the Marius Hills in the central part of the Ocean of Storms.

• The lunar base buildings themselves could be built using 3D printing from regolith particles, or with bricks made by melting regolith using a focusing solar reflector. Researchers calculate it would take three years to manufacture enough regolith bricks to build a two thousand square meter structure. Once built, the base could use a Sun reflector to illuminate residential premises and greenhouses. As part of a closed ecosystem, greenhouse plants would process organic waste and convert carbon dioxide into breathable oxygen. Astronauts on the International Space Station are already hydroponically growing and eating leafy green vegetables on board the station.

Yesterday, the lander of the Chinese probe “Chang’e-5” successfully separated from the orbital module and started landing on the Moon. It must collect and deliver samples of lunar soil to Earth. This is the next stage of an ambitious program, the ultimate goal of which is a permanent base on the satellite. Roscosmos and NASA are also planning “lunar cities.” About what will be the first human settlement outside of our planet is in the material.

  Apollo 17’s Eugene Cernan

To Leave, To Return

The last time humans landed on the Moon was 48 years ago. Then, on December 14, 1972, American astronaut Eugene Cernan, after walking on the lunar surface, said: “We are leaving as we came, and with God’s help, we will return.”

Over the past few years, several countries have declared their readiness to resume lunar programs. The Moon is attractive for several reasons. First, as an Outpost for flights to other planets in the Solar system-it is easier to start from it than from Earth.

Secondly, as a source of minerals-primarily helium-3: it can be used to produce thermonuclear fuel.

Third, on the Moon’s far side, scientists plan to place a radio telescope protected from earth’s interference. And with its help, they discover the cosmic microwave background, which they hope to reconstruct the events of the “dark ages” of the Universe-the first few hundred million years after the Big Bang.

And last, perhaps most important, the Moon’s base should become an experimental testing ground for testing technologies for human migration to other planets.

Therefore, in the coming years, we will inevitably witness the Earth’s satellite’s active development. But it is too expensive to send heavy missiles there every time. Today, no space agency will finance the sending of crews, as in the Apollo program. Everyone is inclined to create permanent bases — first in the Moon’s orbit and then on its surface. But this is not an easy task.

China Lunar Spacecraft is Returning to Earth

Article by Arjun Kharpal                                     December 4, 2020                                        (cnbc.com)

• The Chang’e-5 probe spacecraft (pictured above) that has been on the Moon collecting rock samples, launched from the Moon en route to the Earth, marking the first time that China has launched a spacecraft from an extraterrestrial body. China will be the third country in the world to retrieve lunar samples after the US did so in the 1960s and the Soviet Union in the 1970s.

• On December 3rd, the Chang’e-5 probe was successfully launched into a pre-determined orbit around the Moon. Chang’e-5 will meet with a return spacecraft to get back to Earth and is expected to land in China’s Inner Mongolia region around mid-December.

• China has ramped up its space efforts in the last few years. Earlier this year, President Xi Jinping urged the industry to make China a “great space power as soon as possible.” In June, China launched the final satellite to complete “Beidou”, its rival to the US government-owned Global Positioning System (GPS), which is widely used across the world. And in July, China also launched a mission to Mars called Tianwen -1.

GUANGZHOU, China — A Chinese spacecraft carrying lunar samples has blasted off from the moon and is preparing to come back to Earth.

It’s the first time China has launched a spacecraft from an extraterrestrial body and the first time it has collected moon samples. If the moon samples make it back to Earth, China will be only the third country in the world to retrieve lunar samples after the efforts by the U.S. in the 1960s and the Soviet Union in the 1970s.

At 23:10 p.m. Beijing time on Thursday, the Chang’e-5 spacecraft took off from the moon, according to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The spacecraft was successfully launched into a pre-determined orbit around the moon.

The probe will meet with a return spacecraft to get back to Earth and is expected to land in China’s Inner Mongolia region around mid-December.

‘Fast Movers’ and ‘Transmeduim Vehicles’ – The Pentagon’s UAP Task Force

Article by Tim McMillan                                 December 2, 2020                                (thedebrief.org)

• US military and intelligence officials have offered a glimpse into what is currently going on with the Pentagon’s “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force,” in an exclusive for The Debrief.org website. For the last two years, the DoD has been busy briefing lawmakers, intelligence community members, and the highest levels of the US military on encounters with UAP/UFOs that defy conventional explanations. In addition, two classified intelligence reports on UFOs have been widely distributed to the US Intelligence Community, including clear photographic evidence. The reports also explicitly state that these UFOs could be operated by “intelligences of unknown origin”.

• In June, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence offered its support for the “efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence” and requested an unclassified report detailing the analysis of ‘Anomalous Aerial Vehicles’. In mid-August, the Pentagon formally acknowledged they had established a UAP Task Force “to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to US national security.”

The Debrief learned that on October 21, 2019, a UFO briefing was conducted at the Pentagon for several Senate Armed Services Committee staffers. Attendees said they were provided information on two Pentagon UFO research programs that preceded the UAP Task Force. Two days later on October 23rd, staffers with the Senate Select Intelligence Committee were provided the same information. Dr. Hal Puthoff, who claims to be one of a handful of persons who conducted the October UFO briefings, said that he had been invited to brief congressional staffers on more than one occasion. He said that staffers were “engaged”, and provided “positive responses, [with] more details always being requested.”

• An email obtained by The Debrief shows an October 16, 2019 exchange between then Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Robert Burke, and current Vice Chief of Staff for the Air Force General Stephen “Steve” Wilson, in which Adm. Burke tells Gen. Wilson, “Recommend you take the brief I just received from our Director of Naval Intelligence VADM Matt Kohler, on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).” Adm. Burke concludes the email, “SECNAV [Secretary of the Navy] will get the same brief tomorrow at 1000.”

• Pentagon Spokesperson Susan Gough did not confirm or deny the existence of the UAP intelligence reports, and declined to make any comment on their contents. It seems the Pentagon is not interested in sharing any more information on the UAP topic.

• However, several current and former officials with the DoD and individuals working for multiple US intelligence agencies told The Debrief that there was much more going on behind closed doors. Details on the two classified intelligence position reports, which the UAP Task Force provided to the US Intelligence Community, suggest both a greater degree of Pentagon involvement and an indication that the hunt for UFOs isn’t confined to aerial phenomena.

• A 2018 intelligence report provided a general overview of the UAP/UFO topic, including details of previous military encounters. According to sources who had read the classified reports, the report also contained an unreleased photograph of a silver “cube-shaped” flying object captured from the cockpit of an F/A-18 fighter jet with a pilot’s personal cell phone. The object was “hovering” completely motionless when Navy pilots encountered it. Based on the photo, the object was at an altitude of 30,000 to 35,000 feet, and approximately 1,000 feet from the fighter jet.

• Defense and intelligence officials expressed shock that the classified UAP Task Force report had been so widely distributed amongst the Intelligence community. “In decades with the [Intelligence Community] I’ve never seen anything like this,” said one intelligence official. The report’s most disconcerting aspect was a “list” of possible explanations for these mysterious encounters, and that the potential for UAP/UFO to be “alien” or “non-human” technology was of legitimate consideration.

• A second classified UAP Task Force report was issued in the summer of 2020. Like the first report, this report was also widely distributed amongst the Intelligence Community. “It went viral,” said one intelligence official who had read the report. The most striking feature of the second report was the inclusion of new and “extremely clear” photograph of an unidentifiable triangular aircraft also taken from inside the cockpit of a fighter jet off the East Coast of the United States. The UFO in the photograph is described as a large equilateral triangle with rounded or “blunted” edges and large, perfectly spherical white “lights” in each corner. Two DoD officials said the photo was taken after the triangular craft emerged from the ocean and began to ascend straight upwards at a 90-degree angle.

• The second report primarily focused on “Unidentified Submersible Phenomena”, or “transmedium” vehicles capable of operating both under water and in the air, and apparently originating from within the world’s oceans. The idea of unidentified submersible objects, or “USOs”, is not something new. MUFON astronomer Marc D’Antonio has shared an experience involving the detection of an underwater “Fast Mover,” which occurred while he was sailing as a civilian aboard one of the US Navy’s prized attack submarines. Defense journalist Tyler Rogoway spoke with several veteran submariners to get their take on D’Antonio’s account. The Navy vets interviewed by Rogoway almost unanimously acknowledged that unexplained, very high-speed sonar targets are indeed recorded by some of the most sophisticated listening equipment on the planet.

• A senior member of the Intelligence Community, whose responsibilities for decades involved underwater surveillance and reconnaissance programs, told The Debrief there was validity to claims of extremely fast-moving underwater objects being detected by US military systems. “On occasion, there are detections made of non-cavitational, extremely fast-moving objects within the ocean.” The intelligence official cited the high-levels of security classification associated with underwater reconnaissance. One active defense official said the UAP Task Force has a wealth of photographic evidence collected from military pilots’ personal devices as well as sophisticated DoD surveillance and reconnaissance platforms. There are many accounts – some going back centuries – in which people have observed unidentifiable craft operating in and out of the water.

• In 2017, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs Dana White confirmed to Politico that the DoD had studied UFOs under the Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program (AATIP) run by Luis Elizondo. Then in December 2019, the Pentagon issued a statement saying AATIP was not UAP related, and that Elizondo had “no responsibilities” in the program. When The Debrief pointed out that its investigation had confirmed that AATIP did, in fact, involve UFOs and that Luis Elizondo was, in fact, the custodian of the AATIP portfolio, Pentagon spokeswoman Susan Gough replied, “Please keep in mind (Elizondo) left DoD over three years ago, and there are personnel and privacy matters involved.”

• From closed-door meetings, to senior military leadership and the issuance of classified intelligence reports, all indications suggest the DoD is indeed taking the UAP/UFO issue seriously. But when it comes to underwater systems, the extremity of official secrecy falls into a class by itself. For instance, retired Navy Admiral Bobby Ray Inman acknowledged that he served as director for the National Underwater Reconnaissance Office (NURO) decades ago. Yet to date, the government denies that the NURO even exists.

• Even if the Senate Select Intelligence Committee’s request for an unclassified UAP report ends up being enacted in the FY2021 Intelligence Act, the UAP report provision is not binding law. There’s no guarantee the public will be provided any comprehensive information on UAP/UFOs. And while Congress is required to have access to classified information, only the Executive Branch has the authority to declassify national security information to make it public.

• Should the DoD become more willing to discuss UAPs publicly, there are plenty of indications that it might be a disappointment compared to many of the popular myths and narratives intertwined with the UFO subject over the last 70 years. Every source familiar with the activities of the UAP Task Force said that no concise estimate of the situation for UAP has been achieved, and the US government presently lacks any definite explanation for UAP-related events.

• US Air Force Brigadier General Bruce McClintock, who served as Special Assistant to the Commander of Air Force Space Command until his retirement in 2017, and presently heads up the RAND corporation’s space-related research, told The Debrief that he is dismissive of the idea that US military encounters with UAP/UFO could be related to any form of classified aerospace testing by either the US or a foreign adversary. “It is unlikely that the US government would intentionally conduct tests against its own unwitting military assets. To do so would require a very high level of coordination and approval for the potential safety and operational security risks.”

The Debrief has been unable to find anyone willing to speculate as to the source of UFO encounters reported by military aviators, whether they may be a US black budget program or the ‘testing’ of US air defense by foreign governments. A transition team spokesperson for Biden said that his administration would “[i]mmediately return to daily press briefings at the White House, US Department of State, and US Department of Defense. Our foreign policy relies on the informed consent of the American people. That is not possible when our government refuses to communicate with the public.”

               ‘equilateral triangle’ ufo

In an exclusive feature for The Debrief, U.S. military and intelligence officials, as well as Pentagon emails,

 Air Force General Steve Wilson

offer an unprecedented glimpse behind the scenes of what’s currently going on with The Pentagon’s investigation into UFOs, or as they term them, “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAP).

For the last two years, the Department of Defense’s newly revamped “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force” (or UAPTF) has been busy briefing lawmakers, Intelligence Community stakeholders, and the highest levels of the U.S. military on encounters with what they say are mysterious airborne objects that defy conventional explanations.

Along with classified briefings, multiple senior U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the matter say two classified intelligence reports on UAP have been widely distributed to the U.S. Intelligence Community. Numerous sources from various government agencies told The Debrief that these reports include clear photographic evidence of UAP. The reports also explicitly state that the Task Force is considering the possibility that these unidentified objects could, as stated by one source from the U.S. Intelligence Community said, be operated by “intelligences of unknown origin.”

           Admiral Robert Burke

Significantly, a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general and head of RAND corporation’s Space Enterprise Initiative has—for the first time—gone on record to discuss some of the most likely explanations for UAP. His responses were surprising.

BRIEFINGS AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS

In June, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence’s FY2021 Intelligence Authorization Act contained an

Naval Intelligence VADM Matt Kohler

intriguing section titled report on “Advanced Aerial Threats.” In the inclusion, the committee gave an eye-opening official hint (in recent history) the government takes UFOs seriously by offering its support for the “efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence.” The Intelligence Committee additionally requested an unclassified report detailing the analysis of “UAP” or “Anomalous Aerial Vehicles.”

Though already acknowledged by the Intelligence Committee, in mid-August, the Pentagon formally acknowledged they had established a task force looking into UAP. In a press announcement, the Secretary of Defense’s Office stated, “the UAPTF’s mission will be to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security.” According to the release, authority for the Task Force was approved by the DoD’s chief operating officer, Deputy Secretary of Defense David L. Norquist.

The summer news of the establishment of the UAPTF seemingly suggests—for the first time since the shuttering of Project Blue Book (the Air Force’s official investigations into UFOs) in 1969—that the Pentagon is now taking the subject of UFOs seriously.

However, an internal email obtained by The Debrief shows that almost one year before the DoD’s announcement, the highest levels of the U.S. military were already being briefed on UAP.

           David L. Norquist

The email, obtained via Freedom of Information Act request, shows an October 16th, 2019 exchange between

                Bruce McClintock

then Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Robert Burke, and current Vice Chief of Staff for the Air Force General Stephen “Steve” Wilson.

In the email, Adm.

The “SECNAV” referenced in Adm. Burke’s email was then-Secretary of the Navy, Richard V. Spencer. A little over a month after this UAP briefing, Spencer was fired by then-Secretary of Defense Mark Esper over public disagreements stemming from a series of controversies involving the court-martial of Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher.

Speaking on background, one U.S. Defense official lamented that a lack of continuity with DoD leadership might have hindered some of the UAPTF’s work. Within the past 24 months, there have been four different Secretaries of the Navy and five additional Secretaries of Defense. Vice Admiral Matt Kohler, noted for having provided the briefings, retired after 36 years with the Navy in June of this year.

            Marc D’Antonio

Reaching out to several active government officials and individuals who retain their government-issued security

             Dr. Hal Puthoff

clearances, The Debrief learned that last fall was a busy time for the UAPTF. On October 21st, 2019, a briefing on UAP was conducted at the Pentagon for several Senate Armed Services Committee staffers.

Attendees at the meeting told The Debrief that they were provided information on two previous DoD-backed UFO programs: The Advanced Aerial Weapons Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) and the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). They were also briefed on “highly sensitive categories of UFO investigations.” Only two days later on October 23rd, staffers with the Senate Select Intelligence Committee were provided the same information in a meeting on Capitol Hill.

A former private contractor for AAWSAP and AATIP, Dr. Hal Puthoff, confirmed for The Debrief he was one of a handful of persons who conducted the October briefings. “I have been invited to brief congressional staffers on the Senate Armed Services Committee on UAP matters in the last couple of years,” Puthoff said in an email, “and have done so on more than one occasion.” Dr. Puthoff described the staffers during these meetings as being “engaged,” and provided “positive responses, [and] more details always being requested.”

          Luis Elizondo

The Debrief reached out to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs Office and DoD Executive Services

              Bobby Ray Inman

Office and formally requested an interview with someone authorized to speak on the UAP briefings with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In an email, Senior Strategist and Pentagon spokesperson Susan Gough responded, “To maintain operations security, which includes not disseminating information publicly that may be useful to our adversaries, DOD does not discuss publicly the details of either the observations or the examination of reported incursions into our training ranges or designated airspace, including those incursions initially designated as UAP – and that includes not discussing the UAPTF publicly, also.”

Official public affairs channels indicate the Pentagon is not interested in sharing any more information on the UAP topic. However, several current and former officials with the DoD and individuals working for multiple U.S. intelligence agencies told The Debrief that there was much more going on behind closed doors.

UAP INTELLIGENCE POSITION REPORTS

Multiple sources confirmed for The Debrief that the UAPTF had issued two classified intelligence position reports, which one individual described as “shocking.” Details provided on these reports suggest both a greater degree of Pentagon involvement, and that the UAPTF’s hunt for unidentified objects isn’t confined only to aerial phenomena.

Europe’s Space Agency is Spending $103 Million to Remove Space Junk

Article by George Dvorsky                                    November 30, 2020                                       (gizmodo.com)

• The time has come for us to clean up our mess. So the European Space Agency has hired Swiss startup ClearSpace to remove the first item of space debris in 2025 for $103 million. More importantly, it will herald the beginning of an entirely new space industry of removing the 22,300 (at last count) pieces of debris currently in low earth orbit. The presence of useless machine parts traveling at up to 17,400 miles per hour creates a dangerous environment for satellites, astronauts, and possibly even the International Space Station.

• This particular useless piece of debris is the 247-pound Vega Secondary Payload Adapter (or Vespa), which has been circling in low earth orbit since 2013.

• The ClearSpace mission will test the concept of a “conical net” that will engulf the Vespa payload adapter (as pictured above). This will require unimaginable precision. Slight miscalculations could make the target object bounce out before the net can close or even cause a serious collision. With its cargo secured, the ClearSpace spacecraft will simply fall into Earth’s atmosphere and burn up on re-entry. Several other companies are developing their own concepts. RemoveDEBRIS, for example, uses a harpoon to snatch wayward objects in orbit. Only time will tell which strategy works best. Ultimately, ESA is hoping to launch “a new commercial sector in space.”

• ClearSpace is a spin-off of the commercial provider, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, and it will seek the help of partners in Germany, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, and several other European countries.

The European Space Agency has signed a historic deal with Swiss startup ClearSpace to remove a single item of space debris in 2025. The $103 million price tag is steep, but this mission—involving an orbiting, mouth-like net—could herald the beginning of an entirely new space industry.

The new contract, announced late last week, is unique in that the mission will involve “the first removal of an item of space debris from orbit,” according to ESA. ClearSpace, a spin-off of the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), is the commercial provider for this mission, and it will seek the help of partners in Germany, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, and several other European countries.

The target in question is the Vega Secondary Payload Adapter (or Vespa), which has been circling in low Earth orbit (LEO) since 2013. This 247-pound (112-kilogram) payload adapter successfully dispatched a Proba-V satellite to space, but, like so many other items in LEO, it currently serves no purpose, presenting a potential hazard to functioning satellites and possibly even the International Space Station.

€86 million (USD $103 million) seems like an awful lot of money to spend on the removal of a single item of space debris, but ESA is making an important investment. The technology required for the ClearSpace-1 mission, in which a spacecraft will “rendezvous, capture, and bring down” the Vespa payload adapter, will likely be leveraged in similar future missions (assuming this particular strategy will work). Ultimately, ESA is hoping to launch “a new commercial sector in space.”

British Doctor in Bid to Own Mars and Save the Earth

Article by Tom Bull                                 November 29, 2020                                (dailystar.co.uk)

• The 1967 Outer Space Treaty was signed to prevent nuclear weapons from being sent into space. Dr. Phil Davies is concerned that the treaty is outdated, and that the private sector wants to abolish it to make it easier to mine and explore space. Davies also thinks that there could be a catastrophic arms race in space with nuclear weapons suspended above our heads.

• “If we can update the Space Treaty to accommodate what the Americans and ultimately what others want, then it stays strong and allows them to do their business. It doesn’t allow for nukes up there,” says Davies. “[W]hen there is only one law that stops us from putting weapons in space, …there is going to be a nation we are worried about.” “No one is mature enough to handle nukes in space. …[T]hreats could come from anywhere. America, China, or North Korea could go too far. Once you do that you change everything.”

• About ten years ago, Davis, a 55-year-old former RAF doctor, started shining a powerful laser at the planet Mars to liberate carbon dioxide on the alien planet. In doing so, he says he is creating an atmosphere. Under current UN space law, if you can show that you have taken steps to make an unpopulated planet ready for ‘sustained use’, you are entitled to stake a claim as the rightful owner of the alien territory.

• Davis is part of a ‘Mars for Sale multinational group’ of 150,000 folks who make a collective claim to own Mars in the name of world peace. Even the space pioneer Elon Musk has proposed accelerating a sustained Martian atmosphere by dropping bombs on Mars to release the trapped CO2.

• This isn’t about being the first on Mars. Davies and his group simply hope to “sting” the UN into updating its space laws to stop ‘nasty’ countries from weaponizing space in a bid to mine unexplored planets. “[T]he desire of greed is higher than the desire for peace,” says Davis. “If we could stir that up and show we’re going to be difficult to deal with … they’ll have to update the law in that direction.”

• But when the time comes, Davis believes he and his 150,000 friends who have purchased tracks of Martian land will be first in line to own the Red Planet. “There are no other celestial land claims filed with the UN,” says Davis. “[O]ne day it will be feasibly possible for humans to go to Mars and set up factories or who knows.” “[U]p will pop our claim. It will have been filed. As long as somebody is alive, then it’ll have to be dealt with.”

Dr Phil Davies knows that he seems a bit whacky when he points a laser at Mars from the back garden of his Hampshire home.

The doctor, who has made headlines for claiming he owns the Red Planet, takes the jokes and funny looks in his stride.

           Dr. Phil Davies

Because he, along with 150,000 others, are on a mission for world peace – to protect mankind from what he says is a real threat of nuclear weapons dangling above our heads.

About ten years ago, the 55-year-old started shining a powerful laser through space to liberate carbon dioxide on the alien planet 91 million kilometres away.

In doing so, he says he is creating an atmosphere, and, under current space law, is entitled to stake a claim at being the rightful owner of the martian territory.

Dr Davies says he is making it ready for sustained use, and in a court, his claim would stand up to scrutiny.

UN regulations state that to own part of a planet you have to show you have made it ready for ‘sustained use’.

But for the space-loving GP, it isn’t about being the first man on Mars. It’s about beating the world’s superpowers in a game of chess.

“It is all about the Outer Space Treaty,” he told The Daily Star. “That’s the only law that stops aggressive weapons in orbit above earth.”

My Famous UFO Ordeal 40 Years Ago

Article by Dean Wilkins                                    November 27, 2020                                   (thesun.co.uk)

• In the early morning hours of November 29, 1980, Police Constable Alan Godfrey (pictured above) was out patrolling the Pennines hills, near the town of Todmorden, West Yorkshire, England, in the pouring rain following reports that a herd of cows was on the loose. By 5am, Godfrey headed into Todmorden town centre for one last sweep before clocking off. As he drove past his police station, something caught his eye several hundred yards up the road.

• “I thought it was a bus at first,” said Godfrey, then a 33-year-old policeman with two commendations to his name. “[B]ut I remembered I’d already passed the early morning (bus) service, and as I got nearer it very clearly looked nothing like a bus. It was completely blocking the main road. A huge metal object hanging in the air about five feet off the ground …diamond shaped, about 20ft wide and 14ft high with what appeared to be dark paneling across the upper top third. [M]y headlights were shining off the side (of the object) and if I’d gotten out of the car and thrown a brick at it, it would’ve gone ‘bang’. The whole bottom half (of the object) was spinning in an anti-clockwise direction, which was kicking up leaves and dirt beneath it. I just sat there in awe, staring at it.”

• Godfrey continued, “Next, my training and five years on the force kicked in. I put my blue flashing lights on, flipped on the hazards and attempted to radio the control room.” But both Godfrey’s personal and in-car radio sets could not establish contact. So he pulled out a sketchpad and pencil, a common practice for officers used to responding to traffic collisions at the time. Suddenly, a brilliant white light flashed, blinding him in an instant.

• When the blinding flash gradually subsided, Godfrey realized he was inexplicably driving about 100 yards further up the road as the mysterious object vanished in his rear view mirror. “There was a strange tickly electric feeling about the place. I turned around and went back to the spot (where) the object was hovering. The road surface beneath it was bone dry – everything else was glistening from the earlier downpour. In the dry patch, leaves, twigs and small branches lay in a swirled pattern. It was very peculiar.”

• Terrified and shocked, Godfrey rushed back to the station to report the incident. It became an in-joke at the police station as fellow officers made sniggering remarks such as ‘Captain Kirk’. One officer even made a prank report to the local newspaper reporter who rang up to check if any serious incidents had been reported.

• During his next shift, Godfrey was called in to see his inspector who remarkably revealed three officers from the Halifax division had also reported seeing strange “steel blue lights” at 4.49am. It turned out, however, that this incident had occurred several days prior to Godfrey’s encounter. “But I was just so relieved that I wasn’t the only bobby to report strange sightings on the tops – I wasn’t going mad on my own,” said Godfrey. “I was delighted to have corroboration and thought ‘no more p***-taking from that lot’.”

• Soon thereafter, Godfrey tracked down another witness, Leonard Smith, a former policeman who also reported seeing a “large sphere object rise into the sky”. In 2014, Bob Coates, a bus driver who passed the same spot as Godfrey at 4.55am on the same night, shared a similar story of leaves and twigs circling in a “whirlwind”. Godfrey’s superiors gave him the green light to do an interview with the local reporter which appeared in the Hebden Bridge Times on December 5, 1980.

• The newspaper account was picked up by one of the UK’s top UFO researchers, Jenny Randles, who immediately launched an investigation. In an article she wrote for a UFO magazine, Randles unwittingly linked the incident to the mysterious murder of Zygmund Adamski – which Godfrey had helped investigate months earlier.

• Adamski was a 56-year-old miner who had gone missing five months earlier. His body was found by Godfrey on top of a 15ft-high coal pile in Todmorden. In his police report, Godfrey described the expression of “fear and pain” on Adamski’s face as well as weeping burns on the back of his head, neck and shoulders that had been treated with a peculiar ointment. Adamski’s hair had been messily cut short. He was wearing a jacket but no shirt. And there was no sign of coal dirt or dust on his hands, face or front – leading investigators to believe his body had been dumped there. Despite exhaustive police investigations and medical tests, Adamski’s death was never explained and the strange liquid never identified.

• In the wake of Ms Randles’s article, Godfrey’s encounter appeared on the front page of the Sunday Mirror and became worldwide news. Godfrey found himself on TV chat shows, documentaries and radio programs, and giving interviews to dozens of media outlets. Godfrey was encouraged to undertake hypnotic regression to piece together the moments after the burst of white light.

• Professor Robert Blair and Dr. Joseph Jaffee were both experts in the field of hypnosis, and treated Godfrey on three occasions, two of which were filmed. Under hypnosis, Godfrey revealed, “I just started shouting ‘Jesus the light… the light’. I’d been blinded.” He recounted being “floated” inside the object where he met a group of child-sized, large-headed ‘creatures’ working alongside the bearded ‘human’,” whom Godfrey described as “Biblical”.

• Later, Godfrey was so astonished at the hypnosis recordings that he couldn’t bring himself to accept them as real. “I have absolutely no idea what I was saying, if they are true, if they are a fabricated memory, or if they are a collection of stories all muddled together as a result of hypnosis.”

• Since first investigating UFOs in the 1970s, Jenny Randles has tried to find a ‘middle ground’ theory that explains the UFO phenomenon without resorting to extraterrestrials. “Anyone who investigates UFO experiences and accounts thoroughly will know that there are too many genuine cases from very sincere and honest people like Alan, a distinguished policeman and father, for it to all be made up.” The recent use of the term ‘unidentified aerial phenomena’ (UAPs) instead of UFOs is a way of “disassociating actual scientific research from the little green men and flying saucers stigma attached to UFOs.”

• The UK’s Condign Report, released in 2006, confirmed “unquestionable atmospheric events occur that are not yet fully understood by modern science.” “We need to properly study if natural phenomena in the ground can push waves of energy into the atmosphere, which then creates physical phenomena that can be seen and can be felt,” added Randles. “And, that also creates energy that can stall car engines, interfere with radio transmissions and potentially triggers physiological actions in those that get too close to it. People could suffer a terrifying experience, which is in an altered state of consciousness, where (they are) perceiving what they’re really seeing but also having a stimulated hallucination that is packed onto the top of that.”

• Hundreds of sightings have been recorded in Todmorden and the surrounding Pennines hills or ‘tops’. Randles claims that Todmorden is an example of a “window area” where concentrated forces trigger the perception of ‘lights’ and ‘alien contacts’. Todmorden has had more UFO sightings than any other part of the UK.

• Neuro-scientist Dr. Michael Persinger created an electromagnetic helmet – dubbed the ‘God machine’ – which measures the effects that pulses of energy, magnetism and electricity can have on humans. Of the 900 people he tested in the 1990s, religious people found themselves interacting with the Virgin Mary, the Prophet Mohammed and Jesus. Non-religious people had what they described as an ‘out-of-body experience’ comparable with alien abductions. This would explain Godfrey’s recall under hypnosis.

• Professor Sue Blackmore, who explored alien abduction accounts for the BBC’s Horizon show in 1994, and underwent Dr. Persinger’s ‘God machine’ test for her research, said that very few people make up their experiences and that Godfrey’s account “is to be believed”. But Blackmore also noted that Godfrey was on a late night shift with the police department. “[I]f you’re doing shift work you’re much more likely to suffer sleep paralysis.” Blackmore suggests that Godfrey “dropped into this microsleep and probably one or two seconds later, the car (has) moved on and the memory that’s created feels more real than what’s created during ‘normal’ life.” “[P]eople who dismiss these experiences don’t take into account how absolutely real it seems.”

• The incredible story which made headlines around the world earned the small market town of Todmorden the title of Britain’s UFO hotspot. “I have never claimed that I was abducted,” Godfrey, now 73, told Sun Online from his home in Todmorden. “But everything up until the bright white light and afterwards, when I was on the other side, I’ll believe it until the end.”

Police Constable Alan Godfrey circa 1980

SCRAMBLING for a pen and paper, PC Alan Godfrey desperately tried to sketch out the vast, hulking vessel that loomed in front of him – until he was suddenly engulfed by a dazzling white light.

When he came to, the young policeman found himself 100 yards down the Yorkshire country lane in his patrol car as the mysterious object vanished in his rear view mirror.

The incredible story, which made headlines around the world 40 years ago, earned the small market town of Todmorden the title of Britain’s UFO hotspot and continues to obsess investigators to this day.

“I have never claimed that I was abducted,” PC Godfrey, now 73, tells Sun Online from his home in Todmorden.

“But everything up until the bright white light and afterwards, when I was on the other side, I’ll believe it until the end.”

Dr. Michael Persinger and the ‘God machine’ helmet

Here, we step inside the bizarre saga of the UK’s most famous UFO case and talk to some of the world’s leading investigators about what really might have happened that fateful day.

From ‘marauding cows’ to UFO horror

During the early hours of November 29, 1980, PC Godfrey was out patrolling the Pennines in the pouring rain following reports that a herd of cows was on the loose.

By 5am, with no sight of the marauding group, PC Godfrey headed into Todmorden town centre for one last sweep before clocking off.

He passed a bus shuttling morning workers, saw no sign of trouble and decided to go for one last look for “those bloody cows”.

         Jenny Randles

PC Godfrey passed another bobby on foot patrol, who declined his offer of a lift.

“How I wish he would’ve said yes, it would’ve been priceless to have another officer witness what was about to happen,” he says.

          Sue Blackmore

He then drove past his police station and was about to turn right on to the estate when something caught his eye several hundred yards up the road.

“If only I’d had a mobile phone on me at the time so I could record what I saw, it would’ve been a lot easier than 40 years of trying to explain it,” recalls PC Godfrey.

“I thought it was a bus at first, but I remembered I’d already passed the early morning service, and as I got nearer it very clearly looked nothing like a bus.

“It was completely blocking the main road. A huge metal object hanging in the air about five feet off the ground.

“It was diamond shaped, about 20ft wide and 14ft high with what appeared to be dark paneling across the upper top third – my headlights were shining off the side and if I’d gotten out of the car and thrown a brick at it, it would’ve gone ‘bang’.

US Marines Say Goodbye Tanks and Hello Space

Article by Peter Suciu                                      November 27, 2020                                   (news.clearancejobs.com)

• Back in 1775, the US Marine Corps was known as the Continental Marines. It consisted of two battalions with one Colonel, two lieutenant-colonels, two majors and other officers. Following the American Revolution, the Continental Marines, was dis-established as part of the Continental Navy, and then re-established in 1798. Since then, the Marine Corps has played a role in every American conflict, continuing to evolve with the times.

• The Marine Corps is now undergoing its biggest transformation in decades, transitioning from a “second land army” back to its maritime roots, which include defending ships at sea, island-hopping, and battling for contested coastlines – all in preparation for potential conflict with adversaries such as China.

• In March, the Marine Corps announced it would undergo a 10-year transformation, eliminating its tank battalions, bridging companies, and law enforcement battalions to better meet the demands of the 2018 United States National Defense Strategy. The USMC is also scaling back the number of infantry battalions, artillery cannon batteries, and amphibious vehicle companies. In addition, the Marines could cut back on the MV-22 Osprey, attack and heavy-lift squadrons, and stealth fighters.

• As tanks and bridging units are phased out, the Marine Corps reactivated the 2nd Landing Support Battalion at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina last month. The landing support unit, which played a crucial role during World War II’s Pacific island hopping campaign, hadn’t been active in more than four decades.

• “The re-establishment of 2nd Landing Support Battalion comes during a time of significant transformation within the Marine Corps,” said Lt. Col. Randall L. Nickel, commanding officer of 2nd Landing Support Battalion. “[L]anding support to the Fleet Marine Force is essential to ensure … a persistent forward naval presence that has long been the hallmark of US expeditionary forces.”

• The Marine Corps’ tradition of island hopping may evolve into “planet hopping” with the service’s future role in space. This month, Marine Corps Commandant General David Berger directed the activation of Marine Corps Forces Space Command (MARFORSPACE). Based out of Offutt Air Force base in Nebraska, MARFORSPACE will provide space operation support to the Fleet Marine Force.

• MARFORSPACE is under the command of Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Matthew G. Glavy who also serves as commander of the Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. “Space and cyber are critical capabilities in the information environment that, when brought together, can provide a competitive advantage,” said Glavy. “We cannot be successful in these technology-heavy domains without prioritizing people, ideas and things … in that order.”

November 10 marked the 245th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps – which back in 1775 was known as the Continental Marines. At the time, it consisted of two battalions with one Colonel, two lieutenant-colonels, two majors and other officers. Following the American Revolution, the Continental Marines, as part of the Continental Navy, was disestablished – but was reestablished in July 1798 under President John Adams.

The Marine Corps has played a role in every American conflict since then, and over the past 245 years this elite fighting force has continued to evolve. It is now undergoing its biggest transformation in decades.

TRANSFORMATION PLAN

     Commandant General David Berger

In March, the Marine Corps announced it would undergo an ambitious 10-year transformation plan, which would see the service eliminate its entire tank force – including all of its tank battalions as well as its bridging companies and law enforcement battalions.

       Lt. Col. Randall L. Nickel

The changes are meant to allow the Marine Corps to be better optimized to meet the demands of the United States National Defense Strategy. This focus began last year when the service began force design activities focused on adapting capabilities to properly shape the Marine Corps’ contributions to naval warfare and joint force operations.

The Marine Corps is now making that transition from a “second land army” back to its maritime roots, which include defending ships at sea, island-hopping, and battling for contested coastlines, all in preparation for potential conflict with near-peer adversaries such as China.

    Maj. Gen. Matthew G. Glavy

As part of this ambitious plan, the USMC announced that it would also scale back the total number of infantry battalions from 24 to 21, artillery cannon batteries from 21 to five and amphibious vehicle companies from six to four. In addition, the Marines could cut back on the MV-22 Osprey, attack and heavy-lift squadrons – and would even reduce the number of F-35B and F-35C fifth-generation stealth fighters per squadron from 16 to just 10.

NO MORE TANKS

The reorganization efforts have brought an end to the USMC 1st Tank Battalion, which was activated on November 1, 1941, at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and attached to the 1st Marine Division. Tanks from Companies A and B took part in the landings at Guadalcanal in August 1942 and had their first major encounter with the enemy on August 21.

The Marine Corps has been steadily deactivating its tank units, and this month that included Bravo Company, 2d Tank Battalion. In accordance with Marine Corps Force Design 2030, the 2nd Tank Battalion was deactivated to optimize the Marine Corps’ ability to conduct naval expeditionary warfare.

In total, about 1,300 Marines will be impacted by the tank deactivations.

Aliens Are Listening to Us, But Won’t Say Hello

Article by Jerry Lawton                                   November 26, 2020                                    (dailystar.co.uk)

• Dr. Douglas Vakoch is president of Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence (METI). He believes it is important to send signals into the galaxy because aliens know we exist but are reluctant to communicate with us.

• In an interview in BBC Science Focus magazine, Vakoch said, “My big concern is that there are, in fact, a lot of other civilizations out there, but they’re doing exactly what we are (i.e.: not communicating). “[E]veryone is listening but no one is saying hello. And so this is our effort to join the galactic conversation.”

• “I think the point that people miss when they think it’s risky is that the aliens we’re worried about already know we’re here,” says Vakoch. [T]hey’ve had two billion years to know that there’s complex life on our planet by the changes in our atmosphere. “We don’t currently have the ability to detect the twin of Earth giving off our level of natural radiation or leakage radiation, TV and radio. We also don’t have warp drive. We don’t have a way of getting to another star. So we’re not a threat (to them).”

• The most famous message sent out to the galaxy was transmitted from a radio telescope in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, which included details on numbers, chemical elements, a description of life on Earth and our DNA. But Vakoch’s organization tries to send out “succinct and intelligible” transmissions targeted to alien scientists. And since his messages are to be heard, it is not dependent on an alien’s ability to see. “One of the things you’ll see in the Arecibo messages are a lot of pictures,” says Vakoch. “Well what happens if the alien is blind?” “When we sent our message to Luyten’s Star we designed it specifically for a blind alien.”

• Dr. Vakoch is still listening for a reply to the message sent to Luyten’s Star in 2017.

[Editor’s Note]  People like Douglas Vakoch at METI and Seth Shostak at SETI are happy to continue this ridiculous ruse. They pretend to search for intelligent extraterrestrial life because they can sit around and wait for a distant signal (that never comes) while collecting a nice paycheck. They are not working for the people, but for the Deep State. Their job isn’t to find ETs, but to NOT find ETs, while giving the public the illusion that they are doing everything they can to locate intelligent extraterrestrial life.

In reality, intelligent extraterrestrial life is everywhere. It permeates the galaxy and the universe. According to secret space program insiders, every star system in our 52 star cluster holds an advanced humanoid civilization. Extraterrestrial beings can even be found throughout our solar system and right here on Earth, working covertly within Deep State military and government programs. They simply don’t want people to know this. But we on this planet will soon “wake up” and experience a leap in consciousness that will allow us to rise to the fourth density. This spiritual ascension and the imminent defeat of the Deep State that has enslaved our planet, which is occurring right now, will open the door for Earth humans to join with our cosmic cousins to become members of a vast and wondrous Galactic Community.

Aliens exist across the galaxy but they are listening to us instead of saying hello, according to one of the world’s leading extra terrestrial hunters.

Dr Douglas Vakoch, 59, is worried humans are not connecting with alien life forms because no-one dare break the ice.

The astrobiologist has set up his own research organisation dedicated to transmitting signals to extraterrestrials.

                         Douglas Vakoch

Dr Vakoch, who is president of Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence, believes it is important to send signals into the galaxy because aliens know with exist but are not communicating.

He also believes we should not be worried about being invaded by aliens because we’re not a threat’ as we have not mastered space travel.

In an interview in BBC Science Focus magazine he said: “My big concern is that there are, in fact, a lot of other civilisations out there, but they’re doing exactly what we are.

“They have these robust Searching for Extraterrestrial intelligence programmes and everyone is listening but no-one is saying hello.

“And so this is our effort to join the galactic conversation.”

Former Head of Israel’s Space Program Says Aliens Asked Not to Be Revealed as Humanity is Not Ready

Article by David Israel                                       December 5, 2020                                    (jewishpress.com)

• Professor Haim Eshed, 87 (pictured above), is a highly decorated aeronautical engineer who served within the Israeli Defense Force’s Intelligence Division since the 1960s. Retiring from the Israeli military in 1980 with the rank of lieutenant colonel, Eshed then worked with the Israeli Ministry of Defense as the head of Israel’s Security Space Program until 2011.

• Professor Eshed recently told Israel’s largest daily newspaper, Yedioth Aharonoth, that President Trump was on the verge of revealing the existence of extraterrestrial beings in our midst, but the alien beings asked for a delay in the announcement as “humanity is not ready yet.” According to Professor Eshed, “[T]he aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying: Wait, let people calm down first. They (the aliens) don’t want to start mass hysteria. They want to first make us sane and understanding.”

• The highly advanced extraterrestrial beings of the Galactic Federation have been waiting for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where the people on Earth understand what space and spaceships truly are. “There’s an agreement between the US government and the aliens,” says Professor Eshed. The US government signed a contract allowing the extraterrestrials to research and do experiments on Earth and in this solar system. The ETs are trying to understand the fabric of the universe, and want Earth humans to unite with them in this galactic endeavor.

• Professor Eshed went on to reveal that there is an underground base on Mars, inhabited by extraterrestrial representatives of the Galactic Federation as well as American astronauts.

• Professor Eshed holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the Technion, a master’s degree in performance research. In 1965, he served in the technological unit of the Israeli Defense Force’s (IDF) Intelligence Division in research and development. In 1969, he was sent by the IDF Military Intelligence division to the US to earn a doctorate in aeronautical engineering. Eshed was then appointed as head of the research and development department in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, achieving the rank of lieutenant colonel.

• Following his military service, Eshed was employed as a professor at the Technion’s Space Research Institute, and in 1981 became the first director of the Challenge Program – a unit of the Administration for Research, Development of Weapons and Technological Infrastructure (Mapat) in the Israeli Defense Ministry, which is responsible for satellite projects. He retired from the Defense Ministry in October 2011, having commanded the launching of 20 Israeli satellites. Professor Eshed has received the Israel Security Award three times, twice for confidential technological inventions.

• “If I had come up with what I’m saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized,” says Professor Eshed. “Wherever I’ve gone with this (extraterrestrial revelation) in academia, they’ve said: ‘the man has lost his mind’. Today, they’re already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I’ve received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad, where the (extraterrestrial) trend is also changing.” Professor Eshed has recently published a new book and audio book entitled: The Universe Beyond the Horizon – conversations with Professor Haim Eshed.

[Editor’s Note]  Learn more in Dr Michael Salla’s insightful 12-minute video critique below.

Prof. Haim Eshed served from 1981 to 2010 as the head of Israel’s security space program and over the

years received the Israel Security Award three times, twice for confidential technological inventions. So if he went nuts, and this possibility is always open, it had to have happened over the past decade. And the reason we think the good professor may have lost his marbles has to do with an interview he gave 7 Days, the Shabbat edition of Yedioth Aharonoth, Israel’s largest circulation for-pay newspaper, in which he says, “The aliens have asked not to announce that they are here, humanity is not ready yet.”

Prof. Eshed told Yedioth, among other things: The UFOs have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet. Trump was on the verge of revealing, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying: Wait, let people calm down first. They don’t want to start mass hysteria. They want to first make us sane and understanding.

  depiction of Galactic Federation ETs

They have been waiting for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will generally understand what space and spaceships are. There’s an agreement between the US government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. They, too, are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers. There’s an underground base in the depths of Mars, where their representatives are, and also our American astronauts.

To those of us who have grown up following the history-altering warp flight of Zefram Cochrane, which was witnessed by a Vulcan spaceship and soon enough began Earth’s acceptance into the more evolved planets of our galaxy, Prof. Eshed’s teachings are familiar, even trite, with one important proviso: we know Cochrane is a fictional character (born in 2013 or 2030, Star Trek is not a very organized universe). Eshed may not be distinguishing so good between reality and fiction.

Eshed, 87, holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the Technion, a master’s degree in performance research, and a doctorate in aeronautical engineering. In 1965, he served in the technological unit of the IDF Intelligence Division in research and development positions. In 1969, he was sent by the IDF Military Intelligence to study for a doctorate in aeronautical engineering in the United States. When he returned, he was appointed head of the research and development department in the Intelligence Corps. He retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Following his military service, he was employed as a professor at the Technion’s Space Research Institute, and in 1981 established and became the first director of the Challenge Program, a unit of the Administration for Research, Development of Weapons and Technological Infrastructure (Mapat) in the Defense Ministry, which is responsible for satellite projects. He retired from the Defense Ministry in October 2011, having commanded the launching of 20 Israeli satellites.

All of which does not mean that at age 87, Prof. Eshed can’t don a Hawaiian grass skirt and communicate with the Alien base in the depths of Mars. His new book, The Universe Beyond the Horizon – conversations with Professor Haim Eshed, as recorded by Hagar Yanai (published by Yedioth Aharonoth), is available in print at just NIS 68.6, with a kindle version for a laughable NIS 48. An ideal gift for Chanukah.

Israeli Scientist Reveals US Extraterrestrial Agreements & Joint Mars Base

Prof Haim Eshed, a senior scientist who for nearly 30 years headed Israel’s space security program has revealed secret US extraterrestrial agreements, a joint US ET base on Mars, and how a Galactic Federation is closely monitoring human affairs. Major media around the world is covering Prof Eshad’s revelations. He further declared that President Trump was on verge of extraterrestrial disclosure but was told to hold back by the Galactic Federation since we weren’t at the right level of technological development. Apparently Space Force was created.to help speed up humanity’s technology base.

In this podcast, Dr. Michael Salla covers Prof Eshed’s revelations, the close historic cooperation between Israel’s Mossad, the CIA and the National Reconnaissance Office when it comes to satellite surveillance and the covert use of advanced antigravity craft. He also discusses how the alleged Galactic Federation wants humanity to get closer to Type 1 civilization status according to the Kardashev scale, and how the lifting of national security orders on 5900 patent applications could quickly achieve this goal.

US General Describes ‘China Threat’ in Space, Heating Up Rivalry

Article by Kristin Huang                                      November 26, 2020                                    (scmp.com)

• With the launch of China’s Chang’e-5 lunar spacecraft and Beijing’s first lunar mission to bring Moon rock samples back to Earth, US Space Force General John Raymond remarked that China was a threat that could block American access to space, and that the US had to strengthen ties with its allies to handle the “threat” from China and Russia over space.

• Meanwhile, a successful mission would make China just the third country to have retrieved lunar samples, after the US and the former Soviet Union. Xu Hongliang, secretary general of China’s National Space Administration, told a space aviation forum on Wednesday that there were more Chang’e missions to come and China was planning to build an international research station on the Moon. Xu also said China would explore small celestial bodies, retrieve samples from Mars and pass by Jupiter and back again. Said Xu, “[W]e welcome international space agencies to participate in China’s future lunar and deep-space exploration cooperation.”

• The space rivalry between the world’s largest two economies is heating up. Beijing has been planning to build its own space station for decades as an alternative to the International Space Station, from which China has been excluded by the US because of security concerns.

• US officials say that China and Russia show threatening behavior regarding space. Raymond referred to an incident in 2007 when China hit and destroyed a disused Chinese weather satellite, testing its own missile capabilities. Until then, space had been considered a “benign domain,” but it was now it is contested. “China and Russia caused this shift in the strategic environment,” said Raymond. China and Russia’s capabilities include jamming of GPS and communication satellites, and directed energy and kinetic destruction of US assets via missiles on the ground.

• Raymond noted that “space really underpins … all of our instruments of national power. [I]t provides huge economic opportunity, scientific opportunity and military opportunity”, and that the US is eager to enhance ties with its allies… in space.” “We have to have different space architectures and we have to have partnerships,” Raymond said. “We’ve got to make sure that we stay ahead of this growing threat.”

• In the first nine months of 2020, China has sent 29 satellites into space – two more than the US. But observers say that China is still lagging behind the US, as private companies such as SpaceX and Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin have taken the industry lead.

• China has grappled with launch failures. An optical remote-sensing satellite failed to enter its preset orbit in September, following another failed launch two months earlier, the Kuaizhou-11 commercial solid rocket, with two satellites on board. China also had satellite launch failures in March and April.

Rivalry between China and the United States in space exploration has reached new heights, with a US general saying China was a threat that could

      Space Force General John Raymond

block American access to space.

Just days after the launch of Beijing’s first lunar mission to bring samples back to Earth, US Space Force General John Raymond said the United States had to strengthen ties with its allies to handle the “threat” from China and Russia over space.

      China’s Chang’e-5 lunar spacecraft

Raymond’s comments came as the head of the Chinese space administration said the nation would launch more lunar probes and invite other countries to join China on its missions.

The China-US space rivalry intensified after a Long March-5 rocket carrying the Chang’e-5 lunar spacecraft blasted off from Wenchang, Hainan province, on Tuesday morning.

In the first mission of its kind by any country in more than 40 years, the 8-tonne spacecraft comprises four components designed to bring samples back to Earth.

If the mission is successful, it would make China just the third country to have retrieved lunar samples, after the US and the former Soviet Union. But China’s space ambitions do not stop there.

Air Force Ready to Begin Its ‘Internet of Military Things’

Article by Jared Serbu                                      November 25, 2020                                  (federalnewsnetwork.com)

• Air Force acquisitions has confirmed that the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), also known as an “internet of military things”, is ready to move into a “steady-state demonstration-deployment phase” and start delivering real-world capabilities on existing military platforms as soon as next year.

• Will Roper, in the department of the Air Force’s Rapid Capabilities Office, told reporters, “This will be something new (and) needs a new construct for how we manage and execute.” “[T]he reality of this business that we are handed a budget that we don’t make, and we have to do our best job executing it.”

• AMBS is the Air Force’s main contribution to the DoD’s broader vision of Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) – born in 2008 – when the service decided not to build a replacement for the Joint Surveillance Target and Attack Radar System, an aging aircraft that tracks targets and sends that information to ground forces. Instead, the Air Force shifted to a plan to connect all of its systems through an “internet” of military platforms.

• The Air Force used the same architectural underpinnings as the AMBS system when it created new data links between F-35, F-22, AC-130 aircraft and commercial satellites last December. In September, the Air Force demonstrated new abilities to use AI and cloud technologies to track and destroy a simulated cruise missile.

• “Air Mobility Command, for example, is one of most forward-leaning commands we have…and they are ready to go put [ABMS capabilities] on mobility platforms so they can act as data relays,” said Roper. “We’ve got tankers that top you up with gas – [so] the vision of topping you up with data makes a lot of sense: You’re going to be there anyway to get fuel. And then that tanker standing off also can act as a battlefield relay and a network node. So they’ve got the right thinking.”

• “ABMS has been something we have put in front of…every program office and said, ‘you are part of this, you must figure out how to integrate with this, and we’ve made it personal for them. …[I]f someone ever walked into my office and said ABMS doesn’t have anything to do with me, that would be a long mentoring discussion that we would have.”

                            Will Roper

The Advanced Battle Management System, a future system-of-systems that the Air Force likes to think of as an “internet of military things” is likely to start delivering real-world capabilities on existing military platforms as soon as next year, the Air Force’s top acquisition official said Tuesday.

ABMS crossed a significant milestone this week when Will Roper, the assistant secretary of the Air Force for acquisition, technology and logistics, signed a memo saying the construct is ready to move into a “steady-state demonstration-deployment phase” and assigning a program executive office to manage future developments.

The Department of the Air Force’s Rapid Capabilities Office, Roper said, will serve as an “integrating” PEO — a recognition that since every part of the Air Force and Space Force will have a hand in building ABMS, no single PEO can tackle the entire project.

“This will be something new, and something that’s new like ABMS probably needs a new construct for how we manage and execute,” he told reporters during a virtual roundtable Tuesday. “The RCO will gain the components that do not have a natural home within the Department of the Air Force, but they will also be responsible for providing the consolidated work breakdown structure, the consolidated baselines and most importantly, making funding trades when there’s not enough funding to do everything. That is something our program executive offices are accustomed to doing, and it’s the reality of this business that we are handed a budget that we don’t make, and we have to do our best job executing it.”

Glowing UFO Spotted Hovering Over Stonehenge

Article by Simon Green                                    November 25, 2020                                    (dailystar.co.uk)

• On October 31st, Tash Minto and Tony Waterhouse were driving on the highway approaching the area of the Stonehenge in southwestern England when they noticed the flat circular disk of white light. The gigantic glowing UFO seemed to be hovering above Stonehenge. Tash pulled out her phone and filmed it. (see 1:22 minute video below)

• The video shows the glowing orange shape and it appears to be stationary. Tash carried on filming until the object mysteriously “disappeared”. “It came out of nowhere and just as quickly was gone again,” Tash said.

• Tash and Tony have tried to explain the sight, with suggestions ranging from drones, a prank, and even the Moon. They haven’t ruled out aliens. “Tony kept mentioning it was like the X-Files and I told him to stop because it just didn’t feel natural,” Tash said. “[T]his didn’t seem to come from anything like the Sun or the Moon, it felt like it was coming from something artificial.”

• “Tony said it was definitely little green men,” said Tash. “Personally I think, if they are out there, they won’t be very little. I think they’ll be giants.”

• Conspiracy theorists have long-claimed the huge slabs of rock at Stonehenge, which weigh around 50 tons each, could only have been moved by extraterrestrials.

A gigantic glowing UFO has been caught on camera hovering above Stonehenge – prompting one witness to claim it belongs to “little green men”.

Tash Minto and her partner Tony Waterhouse were driving on the A303 just outside Mere, Wiltshire, on October 31 when they noticed the flat circular disk of white light.

It was hovering in the direction of Stonehenge and Tash, 31, quickly took out her phone to film the unusual sight.

The video shows the shape glowing orange and it appears to be stationary.

They carried on filming until the object mysteriously “disappeared”. “It came out of nowhere and just as quickly was gone again,” Tash later said.

The marketer and Tony, 36, have desperately tried to explain away the sight, with suggestions ranging from drones, a prank and even the moon.

But they haven’t ruled out aliens being to blame.
