• The town of Exeter, New Hampshire recently held its annual UFO Festival. Ten-year resident of Exeter, the 92-year old Irving “Bill” Glater, had a story to tell to help mark the occasion.

• On May 16, 1953, Glater was a lieutenant in the 2nd Armored Division of the U.S. Army, stationed outside Mainz, West Germany. On this day he was off-duty and enjoying the spring day with his wife and two neighbors. His wife called him outside where they were staring in awe at a large, black flying saucer, hovering about 2000 feet above a soccer field about a mile away.

• As Glater recalled, “The flying saucer had the classic shape that I had read about – a round disc, thick in the middle, tapering to a thinner edge. There were no lights or smoke to be seen, nor was any noise heard.” The UFO jumped around the clear sky roughly a dozen times. It would hover in one place, then temporarily disappear before reappearing in a different position in the sky. “We couldn’t track its movements,” Glater said. “If I had known it would’ve stayed there for five minutes, I would’ve (gone back inside the house and) gotten my camera,” Glater said. Just as quickly as the UFO darted around the sky, it disappeared from view for good.

• A week later, Glater called the US Air Force base in Wiesbaden to inquire about the UFO. A duty officer told him they had not received any reports of UFO activity. Through the years when Glater and his wife recounted their UFO story to friends, they never knew if they were believed or not. But Glater maintains, “We saw what we saw.”

Glater was stationed outside Mainz, West Germany, as a lieutenant in the 2nd Armored Division of the U.S. Army and was enjoying some rest and relaxation with his wife of three months, Phyllis, and their two neighbors. While Glater was doing some chores inside he heard his wife call for him and he found the three of them staring at the sky where a jet-black flying saucer hovered approximately 2,000 feet above a Mainz soccer match, roughly a mile from Glater’s home.

“The flying saucer had the classic shape that I had read about – a round disc, thick in the middle, tapering to a thinner edge,” Glater said. “There were no lights or smoke to be seen, nor was any noise heard. If you held out a hockey puck with an extended arm; that’s how big it looked from the distance we were watching it from.”

With Exeter’s annual UFO Festival happening this weekend, Glater said he wanted to share his own UFO story as a showing of solidarity with those seeking more answers to what and who may be out there beyond the Milky Way.

• On June 11th, 2019, the Director of the Indian Society for UFO Studies, Sabir Husain, filed a “Public Interest Litigation” pleading directly to the Supreme Court of India, asking that the court direct the Indian government to take UFO sightings seriously, and to form an organization to keep tabs on extraterrestrial activities. During this time of heightened tensions between India and Pakistan over the region of Kashmir, Sabir warns that the primary threat to India is that extraterrestrial UFOs have been known to intentionally incite attacks between terrestrial enemies by posing as an enemy aircraft or initiating a cyber-attack, in order to provoke or escalate a war.

• In the Public Interest Litigation filing, Sabir cites a February 26, 2019 incident which caused an air strike against Pakistan, the downing of an Indian fighter jet, and the loss of an Indian helicopter by friendly fire as an example of possible UFO interference. In what is known as the ‘Balakot airstrike’, an Indian fighter jet was shot down over Pakistan after Indian fighter jets had bombed an area near the Pakistani town of Balakot. Sabir claims that the Indian jet was actually trying to shoot down a Pakistani drone. But when the Indian pilots encountered the drone, it suddenly changed course and disappeared. Pakistan later denied having a drone in the area.

• Hours later on February 27th, an Indian military helicopter was returning to base when its radar transponder failed to identify the helicopter as ‘friendly’, and the Indian base shot it down with a missile killing six officers on board. Sabir suspects that extraterrestrials caused the transponder interference to provoke further action by the Indian military against Pakistan.

• Sabir argues that extraterrestrial UFO provocation between earthly enemies is not unprecedented. In 1972, UFOs appearing on radar nearly triggered a war between the United States and the USSR. The two countries later signed a treaty in which they recognized the presence of UFOs and agreed to carefully analyze an aircraft violating a country’s airspace before ordering a retaliation.

• Sabir notes that UFOs were reported in the vicinity of US military bases in 1945, and since then UFOs have been seen over many other nuclear sites around the world. “The extraterrestrials can remotely control the earth’s nuclear assets, trigger a missile or even deactivate or render them defunct…” says Sabir.

• UFO sightings have been reported along the Indo-Pak border since 1977. Sabir claims that forty other countries are currently on guard against UFOs. He urges the Indian government to create a special agency to monitor UFO activity as well. “The (American) CIA’s secrecy surrounding extraterrestrial findings has created a false perception that UFOs are a myth,” says Sabir. “We need to take seriously the substantiated reports (of UFOs).” “[N]uclear destruction can happen in a minute if aliens manipulate tensions.”

• Sabir’s Public Interest Litigation filing references the support of nine military officers and scientists from the US, UK, France, Chile and Peru, with seven of them writing directly to the Supreme Court of India. Researchers from thirty countries are lined up to testify before India’s Supreme Court.

• Finally, Sabir noted the many UFO sightings reported around India. On July 16, 2019, locals in southern Tamil Nadu reported seeing numerous UFOs above the Rocket Propulsion Research Center. The government dismissed them as drone cameras. But when the facility shined spotlights on these ‘drones’, they immediately disappeared. On June 7, 2018, a UFO was seen hovering above the Parliament of India. On September 17, 2017, a UFO was sighted above the Indian Prime Minister’s residence. In 2013, Indian soldiers reported seeing hundreds of UFOs entering Indian air space from China over a period of a few months. Indian scientists blamed these hundreds of sightings on the planets Jupiter and Venus.

• July 1976 was the year of the first UFO sighting reported in India, where a flying saucer was seen along the Indo-Pak border. The pilots of the two MIG-21 fighter jets that were sent to engage with the saucer said that it “zipped away” at a speed of 4,170 kilometers per hour (or 2,600 miles per hour). On January 11, 1977, three UFOs reportedly circled around an Indian Air Force transport jet in mid-air for some time. On July 16, 1977, an Air India 747 was about to land on the Kolkata Dum Dum Airport runway when a UFO, the same size as the jumbo aircraft, came head on towards it. The pilot braced for a collision but the UFO disappeared.

• As a veteran UFO researcher of 20 years, Sabir told the Deccan Chronicle that, “India needs to take the reported UFO sightings more seriously. Further ignorance can cause irreversible damage to India-Pakistan-China in the form of nuclear wars triggered by decoy UFOs. The extraterrestrials are manipulating drone wars between India and Pakistan forces.”

Have we got your attention yet? “The attacks from either side of the enemy countries are sabotaged by means of radar and detection-proof Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) transponderless Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO) manipulated from beyond the globe… The UFOs are found hovering over nuclear reactors or missile areas, military bases … the extraterrestrials can remotely control the earth’s nuclear assets, trigger a missile or even deactivate or render them defunct…”

Sounds like something out of a sci-fi film, doesn’t it? It is an excerpt, in fact, from a PIL filed with the Supreme Court of India on June 11 this year, by Chennai-based independent researcher on UFO sightings by Sabir Husain, Director of the Indian Society for UFO Studies (INSUFOS). He asks, in his plea, that the court direct the government to take UFO sightings seriously and form an organisation to keep tabs on extraterrestrial activities.”

The PIL has references to nine military officers and scientists from five countries-US, UK, France, Chile and Peru, seven of them writing directly to the Supreme Court of India. There is even a reference to Nuclear Physicist Stanton Friedman, who wrote the foreword for Hussain’s forthcoming book, ‘Accidental UFO Apocalypse’. The current Director-General of the Chile UFO Research Agency has also promised to write about the phenomenon and its implications on the Indo-Pak relationship. The PIL says 30 countries are ready to testify before the court! Sabir Hussain is the only representative selected from India to approach UN with a delegation from 30 countries and is supported by the Chinese government, said Hussain.

Sabir Hussain has extensively researched UFO sightings over the last 20 years. He tells Deccan Chronicle, “India needs to take the reported UFO sightings more seriously. Further ignorance can cause irreversible damage to India-Pakistan-China in the form of nuclear wars triggered by decoy UFOs. The extra terrestrials are manipulating drone wars between India and Pakistan forces, which also impacted the strikes in Balakot.”

Sabir analysed his observations in India with regard to UFO sightings from the latest in Indo-Pak border to the reported beginning in 1977. He also drew analogy with the sightings since its first reported instance in US military base in 1945 and later in different countries depending on their nuclear upgrades.

Five UFOs Spotted Above Nuclear Power Plant in Fukushima, Conspiracy Theorists Suspect Alien Visit

• On a dark night on August 20th, 2019, five glowing UFOs (or five lights on one big UFO) hovering over the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan (pictured above) was captured on video. In the video, the five glowing lights move eerily in the sky.  (see 13:07 minute video below) 

• Conspiracy theorists strongly believe that aliens from the farthest nooks of the universe have been visiting the earth for hundreds of thousands of years to monitor human activities. Ancient cave paintings that show flying ships and alien-like creatures, supporting the fact that advanced extraterrestrials have visited the earth in the past.

• YouTubers claim that this video is an undeniable proof of an extraterrestrial presence. YouTube ‘Shelly’s UFO’ commented that similar lights appeared above the Fukushima nuclear plant just hours before the 2011 earthquake which caused several deaths, and infrastructural damage. Says Shelly, “During the Japan 2011 earthquake I saw on live TV light orbs coming out of the water at the edge the Fukushima nuclear plant.”

• YouTuber David Turner comments, “They sure are paying close attention to what we are doing around the world. Probably don’t like how we polluted the Pacific Ocean after the meltdown in Japan years ago. The aliens care much more what happens to the animals and plant life on our planet, than they do about us.”

 

Conspiracy theorists strongly believe that aliens from the farthest nooks of the universe have been visiting the earth for hundreds of thousands of years to monitor human activities. As per these conspiracy theorists, ancient cave paintings that show flying ships and alien-like creatures point to the fact that advanced extraterrestrials had visited the earth in the past. Adding up the heat to this theory, popular conspiracy theory YouTube channel Mavixxx has uploaded a video that shows five unidentified flying objects (UFO) hovering above the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan.

The video uploader reveals that the strange footage was shot on August 20, 2019. In the video, five UFOs with glowing lights on its body can be seen moving eerily in the skies. It is still unclear whether these five lights are from different flying ships, or these are multiple lights from a giant ship.

• This writer, Gwen Rigby, began to research the UFO phenomenon after she visited Roswell, New Mexico and attended a UFO Congress in Phoenix where she found “normal people who had extraordinary things happen to them”. She became convinced that there was truth out there, and she became less of a skeptic and more of a believer.

• Rigby has noticed that UFOs have been in the news a lot lately. But she suspects that this is due to a “soft disclosure” narrative that the military is pursuing, to reveal the extraterrestrial presence in drips and not a flood of information that might cause a panic. The Navy has released video of a “Tic Tac” UFO seen by Navy pilots, and eased its guidelines for Navy personnel to report UFOs. Still, in response to this measured disclosure, two million people signed up to Storm Area 51 on September 20th.

• Santa Barbara County, just north of Los Angeles, California, is no stranger to UFO or USO sightings. In February 1942, it witnessed “the Battle of LA” when military artillery shot 1,440 rounds of anti-aircraft shells at an anomalous UFO craft in the sky.

• While multiple UFO sightings have been reported since the atomic bomb was developed in the 1940’s, there have been no reports of actual attacks or threats to humanity. In fact, it appears that extraterrestrials have worked to stop us from nuclear self-annihilation. In 1967, Lieutenant Robert Salas reported that a hovering UFO disabled 10 missile silos under Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. In 1964, a test missile was destroyed shortly after launch at Vandenberg Air Force Base. And in 1982, Lieutenant Robert Jacobs revealed a film clip he took of a UFO shooting beams at a dummy missile. (see 18 second video below) Jacobs later stated that “they” were telling us “to stop messing with nuclear weapons.”

• Santa Barbara has seen hundreds of “USOs”, or “unidentified submersible objects” off of the Pacific coast. It is alleged that an undersea alien base has existed there for decades. Preston Dennett, author of the books UFOs Over California and Undersea UFO Base, claims that in the 1970’s families would head to the Point Dume beach at night to watch the multicolored show for entertainment.

• MUFON investigator, Richard Browman, tells the story of a man in Point Mugu, near Los Angeles, receiving a telepathic message to “go outside and look.” When he did, he and his family reportedly saw five or six red orbs come down the coast and hover over the naval base. The orbs danced around and then sped off. The fellow later learned that the base had gone on alert and scrambled its jets.

• Investigations have shifted from focusing on the nuts and bolts of spaceships to studying what they are and why they arrived. More contactees are speaking out. Former soldiers have come forward with fantastic stories of secret space programs and direct contact with aliens. Rumors of pyramids, ancient civilizations, and even giant motherships under two miles of ice may soon be verified as the Antarctic ice continues to melt, according to Dr. Michael Salla in his book Antarctica’s Hidden History.

• People can learn of all the UFO activity on our planet by going to UFO conferences or reading some of the many books on the subject. California conferences include ‘Dimensions of Disclosure’ organized by Corey Goode in Ventura, California in August 2019; ‘Portal to Ascension’ in Irvine in October; ‘Conscious Life Expo’ in Los Angeles in February 2020; ‘Contact in the Desert’ in Palm Springs in early June 2020; and ‘UFO Con’ in Los Angeles in mid-June.

 

UFOs have been in the news a lot lately, and not because of what is happening in the sky, but because of what is happening on Earth. It has been called a “soft disclosure,” meaning the military is leaking bits of information on UFOs to the public rather than making a major announcement and causing a panic.

This April, the U.S. Navy acknowledged guidelines for how their pilots can report encounters with anomalous ships without fear of reprisal. This comes after a New York Times article about numerous sightings of Tic Tac–shaped UFOs around the USS Nimitz south of San Diego. According to a spokesman for naval operations, there has been an overall “uptick of interaction with aerial phenomenon” since 2014. There have been less controlled responses, too. Over two million people have signed up on Facebook to storm Area 51 on September 20 to “see them aliens.”

Santa Barbara County is no stranger to sightings and played a part in the famous Battle of Los Angeles. Two days after the Japanese shelled the Ellwood Pier near Goleta in 1942, and just a few months after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, a giant ship appeared over Los Angeles. According to UFO researcher David Marler in his book Triangular Ships, it was first spotted over Santa Maria before heading south on an inland path. Already jittery, and thinking it was the Japanese, the U.S. military fired 1,440 anti-aircraft shells on the mysterious ship. The Japanese denied having any planes over the U.S. The event has never been fully explained, though a referral to weather balloons was made.

Multiple UFOs sightings have been reported since the atomic bomb was developed in the 1940s. Yet there have been no reports of actual attacks or threats to wipe out our civilization. In fact, according to many who have studied UFOs, extraterrestrials have worked to stop us from self-annihilation. They point to three alleged incidents of UFOs shutting down our nuclear missile bases. In 1967, Lieutenant Robert Salas, a commanding officer at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana, reported that a hovering UFO disabled 10 missile silos on his watch. He said he saw it as an anti-nuclear war message.

A similar incident occurred at Vandenberg Air Force Base in 1964, when a test missile was destroyed shortly after launch. Lieutenant Robert Jacobs came forward in 1982 to describe a film he took of a space object approach the missile and shoot a plasma-type beam at the dummy warhead from four different angles. The warhead then fell off into the ocean. After he submitted the film to his superior officers, one called him in and asked if he and his “boys were screwing around up there.” The officer ordered Jacobs to say nothing of the film or the incident. Jacobs later spoke out because he felt unjustly treated and that “they” were telling us “to stop messing with nuclear weapons.”

Hundreds of unidentified submersible objects (USOs) have reportedly emerged from the waters between Santa Barbara and Santa Monica, and it is alleged that an undersea alien base has existed there for decades. Strange Cigar-Shaped Object Seen During Meteor Shower Over Wyoming Stuns Experts

• In the early hours of Monday morning, August 12th, a glowing oval-shaped object was seen slowly traversing across the sky over Jackson Hole, Wyoming during the Perseid meteor shower, leaving experts baffled as to what it was.

• Video footage of the UFO was sent to local news site Buckrail News where the object can be seen slowly moving over the town. As it gets closer to the edge of the screen, its true oval shape becomes clear. The object even appears to flash seconds before it disappears. (see 6:20 minute video below)

• The woman who video recorded the incident told Buckrail that she couldn’t find any records of airplane flights in the area at that time. “It would totally be a plane in my mind if there weren’t a weird, bright flash in the end,” she said. Former Executive Director of Wyoming Stargazing, Samuel Singer, and local photographer Sam Cook said it was a drone. But it doesn’t look like any drone we’ve ever seen.

 

A bizarre object that was seen over Wyoming during a meteor shower has left experts baffled, with no one able to conclusively say what it is.

The Perseid meteor shower was seen across the globe on August 12 and 13, with sky enthusiasts able to see up to 80 shooting stars every hour.

But it was another mysterious sight in the sky that grabbed the attention of residents of Jackson Hole, in the US state.

In footage sent to local news site Buckrail News , the object can be seen slowly moving over the city in the early hours of Monday morning.

As it gets closer to the edge of the screen, its true oval shape becomes clear.

The object even appears to flash seconds before it disappears.

The woman who caught the sighting told Buckrail that she couldn’t find any records of flights in the area at that time.
And the flash at the end added further mystery to the object.

Footage Shows Apparent UFO; Drunk Alien Driver

• UFO Hunter UK YouTube released a video clip of a wobbly, yet well defined, metallic saucer UFO over Mexico, in broad daylight. Viewers joked that this might be the first-ever UFO DUI.

 

There are 100 billion stars in our galaxy alone, and a sextillion of them in the universe – that’s a 1 with 21 zeroes after it. If there are eight planets around our star, the sun, and one of those planets has life on it, chances are pretty good there is at least one other planet somewhere out there with intelligent lifeforms. And since there hundreds of UFO sightings a year, it seems even more likely. In fact, there are so many UFOs spotted in the sky that when video of one comes out, people don’t even react to the unidentified flying object and instead, get distracted by other things.

Take this latest footage of a purported UFO that was allegedly spotted in Mexico. In it, a saucer is floating in the clear blue sky, but because it is wobbling side to side, people who’ve watched it are more interested in if the alie nbehind the wheel has been drinking than the fact that extra-terrestrials might be visiting us.

UFO Sightings Reported Over Cincinnati as Mystery Lights Filmed

• On August 3rd, 2019, residents of Cincinnati, Ohio were treated to a bizarre light show during the daytime. Witnesses Laina and Angie captured the UFO sighting on video (see video below). Other residents also saw it, verifying the event in comments on YouTube. (see also the Sawyer Family video below). 

• The video begins with four bright objects moving in a line formation in front of clouds. One-by-one, they vanish from sight. Then the objects re-appear. “I just don’t know,” the camerawomen says. A fifth light then emerges on the left-hand side of the screen. YouTuber MrMBB333 who uploaded the clip said, “They didn’t go behind the clouds, they were in front of the clouds.” The objects again disappear. The man remarks, “It was still daylight, so if they were some sort of physical craft, which I’m sure they probably were, how come you couldn’t see them?”

But, one-by-one, they start to vanish from sight.

“They’re gone, I just don’t know,” one of the camerawomen says as the objects then re-appear.

A fifth light then emerges on the left-hand side of the screen.

YouTube conspiracist MrMBB333 who uploaded the clip and said: “They didn’t go behind the clouds, they were in front of the clouds.

“Something comes in from the left, they appear to be in a straight row and at a slight angle.”

When the conspiracist switches the light formats, he claims the footage shows the planes turning “invisible”.

“It was still daylight, so if they were some sort of physical craft, which I’m sure they probably were, how come you couldn’t see them?” he asks.

• Retired journalist Bob Gatty, 76, originally reported on the Kecksburg UFO incident for the Greensburg Tribune-Review, when on December 9th, 1965, people across six states and Canada reported seeing a fireball streak across the sky before crashing into a wooded area in Mt. Pleasant Township, Pennsylvania, a southeastern suburb of Pittsburgh. (Note: The Army and State Police cordoned off the area, and claimed that they found nothing there in the woods. But locals have come forward to say they saw a military truck removing an acorn-shaped object the size of a Volkswagen Beetle with hieroglyphics on it.)

• The Kecksburg UFO sighting has become part of local lore, but Gatty says, “It’s not going away. Whether you believe or don’t believe in this stuff, the fact remains there is a lot happening for some reason.” Reports of unexplained aerial phenomena are getting serious attention from Congress, the U.S. military and longtime UFO watchers. “Congress apparently is taking this stuff… seriously,” says Gatty.

• UFO researcher Stan Gordon, 69, has spent the past 54 years investigating the Kecksburg incident. Gordon says that there has been a recent “surge” in sightings of unexplained phenomena in Western Pennsylvania. Says Gordon, “We’ve had a surge of UFO and Bigfoot activity in the area in the last couple of weeks. Many of these sightings are very detailed reports… from credible people that you cannot easily dismiss.” Most end up in the growing repository of unexplained phenomena, with no conclusive explanation.

• Gordon continues to report UFO sightings in Pennsylvania on his website, StanGordon.info. Pennsylvania is ranked seventh in total UFO sightings in the U.S., with 3,937 UFOs reported since 1947. There have been 84 sightings so far in 2019, which already matches the total for 2018. The most recent was a sighting over Greensburg on July 5th of a red/orange round object moving across the sky at night, lasting about six minutes.

• On July 4th, an orange-red sphere was spotted at night in both Erie and Cecil, in Washington County. On June 28th, a shiny silver saucer was seen over Mt. Lebanon. After about 15 minutes, it disappeared. On June 23rd, an Elizabeth resident reported seeing five amber-colored, circular shapes move in all directions in the sky, and then form an arrowhead shape before disappearing after about 4 minutes.

• Peter Davenport, director for the National UFO Reporting Center, has been collecting UFO data for 25 years. In 2004, Davenport presented a paper to the Mutual UFO Network on the use of “passive radar” for detecting UFOs in the near-earth environment. This was acknowledged by the CIA and the FBI. Davenport says that the US government has known about the UFO phenomenon for a long time. Solving the mystery of UFOs will require “a government that still serves the people”.

• UFO sightings by Navy fighter pilots have reached the highest echelons of the US government, according to the ‘To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science’. Former Pentagon intelligence official Christopher Mellon, an adviser to the Academy, wrote in the Washington Post in 2018 that the existence of UFOs is no longer in question. What is lacking is a commitment from the Defense Department to investigate the growing body of evidence from the military. Said Mellon, “It is time to set aside taboos regarding ‘UFOs’ and instead listen to our pilots and radar operators.”

 

While the Kecksburg UFO sighting has become a quaint part of local lore, more recent reports of unexplained aerial phenomena are getting serious attention from Congress, the U.S. military and longtime UFO watchers.

“It’s not going away,” said retired journalist Bob Gatty. “Whether you believe or don’t believe in this stuff, the fact remains there is a lot happening for some reason.”

Gatty, who originally reported on the Kecksburg incident for the Tribune-Review in 1965, recently noted on his blog NotFakeNews.biz that the Navy has issued new guidelines to fighter pilots regarding UFO sightings, and members of Congress are seeking more frequent briefings on the subject.

“Congress apparently is taking this stuff — at least the Navy reports — seriously,” said Gatty, 76, a former Sykesville, Jefferson County, resident who lives in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Meanwhile, longtime local UFO researcher Stan Gordon said there has been a “surge” in sightings of unexplained phenomena in Western Pennsylvania — whether extraterrestrial or not.

“We keep getting reports of very strange things that people see around here,” said Gordon, 69, of Greensburg. “We’ve had a surge of UFO and Bigfoot activity in the area in the last couple of weeks. Many of these sightings are very detailed reports.”

While sightings usually spike in the spring and summer, when people are outside more, reports in 2018 and 2019 have been more consistently year-round, he said. Sightings are mostly of unexplained things in the sky or of earthbound cryptids — animals such as Bigfoot, whose existence is unsubstantiated.

Gordon has spent the past 54 years investigating the Kecksburg incident, when on Dec. 9, 1965, people across six states and Canada reported seeing a fireball streak across the sky before crashing into a wooded area in Mt. Pleasant Township.

• There have long been reports of UFOs buzzing above Hampton Roads. Located in Southeastern Virginia, Hampton Roads, which includes Norfolk and Virginia Beach, is home to several military installations and NASA facilities. Reports of UFOs in the region can be traced back to 1813, when a Portsmouth tavern owner claimed to have watched “a ball of fire” weave over Norfolk County. He wrote about the incident to Thomas Jefferson.

• Jimmi Bonavita was a Virginia Beach police officer in the summer of 1975. He was sitting in his patrol car about 2 am when he saw five crescent-shaped “semi-translucent” globes coming over the horizon several miles out at treetop level. The five objects were traveling in formation, moving up and down as if bouncing. Then four Navy fighter jets armed with missiles flew by, apparently chasing the UFOs. Bonavita followed them, driving north toward the Oceanfront tourist area (pictured above). He saw the objects reach the beach and disappear over the Atlantic Ocean, outdistancing the Navy fighter jets. Says the now retired Bonavita, “I know that what I saw was real. It wasn’t an illusion.”

• On July 14th, 1952, flight officers William Nash and William Fortenberry were alone in the cockpit of their Pan American Airways Douglas DC-4, en route from New York to Miami. As they cruised over the southern end of the Chesapeake Bay, they spotted six glowing discs, each about 100 feet wide. Two more UFOs joined the formation over the Newport News peninsula, then entered a steep climb and disappeared into space. Nash told the AP, “There is no doubt in our minds that we saw missiles of some kind operating under intelligent control.” Days later, three Norfolk residents confirmed seeing the UFOs that day. Air Force officials at Langley AFB on the peninsula said that the pilots had seen rockets or tracers being fired at a nearby bombing range.

• More local sightings soon followed in July of 1952, making national news. A Hampton couple told the Daily Press newspaper that they had seen eight yellow-orange lights near the Chesapeake Bay coastline. A commercial airline pilot said he saw two pulsating white lights. Finally, radar at the National Airport picked up a formation of UFO’s over the nation’s capital and scrambled Air Force fighter jets in the infamous Washington, DC sighting.

• In 1957, it was reported in a Pilot newspaper article that an “experienced Ground Observer Corps member” at Langley Field in Newport News saw a “flattened-oval object” hovering in the sky. After watching it for about ten seconds, the object disappeared.

• In 1958, a Pilot newspaper reporter at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront saw a long silvery cylindrical object hovering stationary in the sky for several minutes. It then slowly began to move south toward North Carolina, emitting a stream of white exhaust. The reporter described it as “no known plane or missile”.

• During the 1960’s 70’s and 80’s, folks in Hampton Roads reported waves of UFO sightings. A 15-year-old boy fired two shotgun blasts at a UFO he saw in Poquoson (on the peninsula). In 1983, an Alexandria, Virginia man sued the Air Force, claiming the Langley base in Hampton was hiding “long-dead creatures from outer space packed in ice.”

• In 1965, a sheriff in Western Virginia became alarmed by the number of citizens carrying arms, and asked whether they had the “right to mow the (UFOs) down? ” The Virginia Attorney General ruled that there was no law against shooting “little green men’ from outer space”.

• While UFO sightings have been routinely dismissed, that changed in the spring of 2019 when several Navy pilots in the “Red Rippers” fighter squadron at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach reported routinely seeing UFOs from Virginia to Florida for several years, starting around 2014. They told the New York Times that the objects flew up to 30,000 feet in the air at hypersonic speeds, had no exhaust plumes, and moved in ways impossible for humans, with sudden stops and turns. One UFO was described as “a sphere encasing a cube.” (see Navy video of UFO flying off of the Virginia coast in 2015 below)

• Navy spokesman Joseph Gradisher told The Virginian Pilot newspaper, “For quite some time, and especially within the past few years, there’s been an increase of observed incursions into our training areas, especially off of the Virginia capes” down to Florida. These sightings have occurred on a quite frequent basis.” In a policy reversal, Navy officials have gone down to the Oceana Master Jet Base to encourage pilots to report new sightings as soon as they happen.

• In 2003, Virginia Beach native, Cameron Pack, was driving when he and a friend saw triangular lights with “no structure, no shape, no outline,” flying low above the treetops. The lights flew straight over their car, then turned and moved away. It made a “God-awful noise,” Pack said. “Not like a jet noise but… like alive, almost. But still in a machine way. … We kind of knew it was something not normal and not from here.”

• Pack sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the city’s police department. In response, he received dozens UFO sighting reports made by local citizens. Between 1976 and 2008, the Virginia Beach Police Department collected detailed UFO reports, passing them along to a central UFO hotline. Among these accounts: November 1995, a caller’s daughter witnessed a circular object with lights on the bottom and making a humming sound, flying very low to the house; May 1988, someone reported a group of lights stopped still in the sky, then shot straight up; One woman reported an object with lights had followed her car from Salisbury, Md., to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.

• Kelly Herbst is an astronomy curator at the Virginia Living Museum in Newport News, and a UFO skeptic. When she gets calls from people seeing a UFO in the sky, she says that 9 times out of 10 it is the planet Venus. Says Kelly, “Your brain wants to explain these things. By nature, we do pattern recognition. So it’s trying to fit what it sees into its known experience.” According to the American Meteor Society, meteors can move in unusual paths, burn different colors depending on their chemical composition or explode and disappear in a flash of light. Kelly Herbst says that “Just about anything that appears in the sky can end up being misidentified.” Kelly thinks that what Virginia Beach police officer Jimmi Bonavita saw back in 1975 was a meteor. Kelly also blames fast-moving birds, weather balloons, Chinese lanterns, drones, military aircraft, clouds and the aurora borealis for mistaken UFOs.

• Carter Bulger of Virginia Beach is a volunteer field investigator with the Mutual UFO Network, known as MUFON. Over the past three years, he’s been assigned about thirty local UFO cases. Someone from Newport News reported seeing a “small disc shaped object” glide in front of his truck about 60 feet in the air. It “looked transparent, but sunlight reflected off of rippled edges.” Bulger conducts recorded interviews with witnesses. He goes out to the scene and takes photos and videos. He checks weather records and submits public document requests to the Navy and Federal Aviation Administration seeking radar records. For the most part, Bulger has concluded his cases were indeed UFOs.

• [Editor’s Note]    I won’t even go into the depth of cognitive dissonance that someone like Kelly Herbst must have to dismiss all UFO sightings across the board with such flimsy and boiler-plate explanations – birds, clouds and the aurora borealis.  She basically says that Navy fighter jets were chasing a meteor over Virginia Beach in 1975.  But I do find it very interesting that on July 14th, 1952, Pan Am pilots flying south to Miami spotted eight large glowing discs over the Virginia peninsula, with many others on the ground reporting the same.  Newspapers across the country reported on the glowing lights seen flying in formation over Washington D.C. from July 12th thru the 29th, 1952 (see ExoArticle here), and insiders such as William Tompkins and Corey Goode have revealed that these were early models of Antarctic Nazi-German electromagnetic/anti-gravity spacecraft buzzing the nation’s capital in order to put pressure on government and military authorities to assent to entering into a secret treaty with the Antarctic Germans, which Eisenhower did soon thereafter.  It would make sense that the Antarctic Germans would also buzz the Norfolk Naval Base to demonstrate their technical superiority.

 

VIRGINIA BEACH

Five crescent-shaped objects were traveling in formation, moving like saucers bouncing off the top of water. Up and down. Up and down.

It was early, around 2 a.m., in midsummer 1975.

Norfolk, Virginia

Then four Navy fighter jets came buzzing by, seemingly chasing the flying objects. Bonavita followed suit, zooming down the city’s roads to keep up. He wanted to keep them in sight.

The UFOs eventually went toward the Oceanfront and disappeared over the sea, outmaneuvering the pilots, said Bonavita, who’s now retired.

The scene, which could be straight out of a sci-fi movie, stuck with him the rest of his life — including the image of a jet flying right over his car.

“These planes were armed,” Bonavita, now a game warden with the Department of Defense and well-known local expert on snakes and other reptiles, recalled in an interview. “They had Sidewinder missiles. You don’t fly armed jets over a populated area unless it’s national security.”

It was his third and last UFO sighting. “I’ve long since given up what people think of me,” Bonavita said. “I know what I saw. I know that what I saw was real. It wasn’t an illusion. Can I explain it? No. But I’m not going to worry about it.”
There have long been reports of unidentified flying objects buzzing around Hampton Roads skies. It makes sense, with the region home to several military installations and NASA facilities.

Such reports can be traced as far back as 1813, when a Portsmouth tavern owner claimed to have watched “a ball of fire” weave over Norfolk County. He even wrote about the incident to Thomas Jefferson.

But often the sightings have been easily dismissed, written off and not taken seriously. That changed this spring.
The Navy updated its protocol for reporting what it calls unexplained aerial phenomena, and several pilots came forward saying they’d seen UFOs as close as Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach. The move by military brass brought the topic out of the shadows, providing a sense of legitimacy to obsessed amateur sky watchers.
And to what they’ve seen.

Police and news reports, interviews and emails are full of flashing lights and objects that move like no other. Astronomers and others offer logical explanations for some sightings — but not all.

• On July 14th, 1949, the Ville Platte Gazette in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana, reported on its front page, “Mrs. V. Dardeau, of Ville Platte, and her sister, Mrs. Edward Wolff, saw a flying saucer over Alexandria last week. The two sisters were sitting on the lawn of Mrs. Wolff’s residence one night last week when they became aware of a saucer zooming overhead.” They said it was the size and shape of a plate, flew lower and slower than an airplane, made no sound, and had a yellow light in the center. The sisters were “emphatic that it could not be anything else but a saucer.”

• A Mrs. G. S. Hart also saw the saucer over Alexandria, Louisiana. Mrs. Hart stated, “It was all lit up. Then it stopped or changed its course and drifted toward the east. Then it moved toward the west and changed its course once more and disappeared in the east.” She said that four people saw it with her.

• On July 11th, 1949 N. L. Martin and his son, Gene, saw two saucer UFOs about 9 a.m. Martin told the Crowley Post-Signal they were “of an aluminum color and kept glinting in the sunlight” and that they “would spin in a clockwise motion and reverse themselves.

• On July 17th, 1949, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Rhino of Alexandria, and two of their neighbors, saw a disc in the northwest sky that was visible for several minutes. It disappeared for about five minutes, and then reappeared before disappearing altogether.

• At the time, the Air Force was getting a dozen flying saucer reports each month. They were “not a cause for alarm,” the Air Force spokesman said. Thirty percent of the reports were due to conventional aerial objects such as weather balloons, which would “probably” account for another thirty percent. But forty percent remained a mystery.

• Adras Laborde, who would become the managing editor of the Alexandria Town Talk newspaper, planned a convention in 1949 to feature the saucer sighters in his town. But it failed to attract enough people and was canceled. There were no new sightings in central Louisiana for the rest of the year.

 

The flying saucer that sped over the front yard made a visit to her sister’s house especially memorable for a Ville Platte lady in the summer of 1949 — and they were not the only ones to report the strange sighting.

There had been so many that summer and in the summer before that Adras Laborde, who later became managing editor of the Alexandria Town Talk, planned a convention of saucer sighters in his town.

• Tony Buckingham of Littleport Cambridgeshire England, has spent forty years researching UFO activity in the East Anglia, and has created a community of UFO enthusiasts who claim to have had out of this world experiences.

• In the winter of 1974, at age 20, Buckingham was alone at his family’s house watching tv when he went outside to add some coal to the boiler. Suddenly everything became muffled and quiet. Says Buckingham, “I felt static electricity all over me. I stood up to clear my ears but as I stood up there was this object level with my eyes. It was massive. It wasn’t a typical flying saucer but a cone shape. It seemed to be there for ages but it was probably a few seconds.” “I had this over-riding sense of well-being, a calming, almost loving sensation.” Before Buckingham could grab his camera, the object shot straight up in the air and disappeared.

• Buckingham says that as a young man, he was into “motorcycles, rock-n-roll and girls”. But after this UFO sighting, he began searching for what few books on UFOs that he could find. Shortly thereafter, Erich von Daniken’s book, Chariots of the Gods, was released. This changed Buckingham’s thought patterns for the rest of his life. He found other books on UFOs and searched for UFO support groups. Back then, UFO groups could be found in nearly every town. Today they have dwindled to about six groups in the entire country.

• In 2016, Buckingham created a Facebook discussion group, and began holding monthly meetings across East Anglia, presenting documentary films and guest speakers. He also organizes field trips to places of interest.

• Earlier this year, two women from Downham Market, Norfolk shared an encounter. Said Buckingham: “One of the girls got up in the night to get a glass of water and looking out of the window there were three lights. They came [inside] and went around the room making her feel strange. She called for her friend when a white light came on searching the room.” Then, “The lights went back out of the window and flew off. They turned the lights on and noticed an hour of time had gone. One of them had blood on her feet but there were no markings and most of the electrical items in the house stopped working.”

• “I am fanatical about this,” adds Buckingham. “I spend all day everyday researching. When you dig really deep and get to the real stuff you see declassified documents and what thousands of high ranking people have spoken about all telling you the same thing. Aliens are real and they are here. I strongly believe that there are many groups of aliens here already.”

 

For centuries humans have debated whether alien lifeforms exist. One man has been sure that they do for more than 40 years, even creating a community of UFO enthusiasts in East Anglia.

And while many remain sceptical over the prospect of Earth being visited by extraterrestrial life, Tony Buckingham, from Littleport, near the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border, has spent the last 40 years researching UFO activity in the East. He has even created a community of believers who claim to have had out of this world experiences.

Mr Buckingham, a retired business owner, said: “My first conscious experience was in 1974. It was the winter and I lived about three miles away on the other side of the village.

“I had been instructed to look after the house as my mother, father and brother and sister had gone out. I was watching TV and forgot to top up the boiler, suddenly I remembered and ran out to the garden. I was bending down to get some coal when everything went quiet, like when you are landing in an aircraft, my hearing became muffled.

“I felt static electricity all over me. I stood up to clear my ears but as I stood up there was this object level with my eyes. It was massive.

“It wasn’t a typical flying saucer but a cone shape. It seemed to be there for ages but it was probably a few seconds.
“I had this over-riding sense of well-being, a calming, almost loving sensation. I thought about getting my camera but before I had made the decision this thing shot straight up in the air at a speed that aircraft could not do then.”

• The Mutual UFO Network, or ‘MUFON’, celebrates 50 years of UFO investigation and research. Based in Irvine, California, the all-volunteer, nonprofit organization has endeavored since 1969 to be the ‘refuge seeking answers to that most ancient question, are we alone in the universe?’ The answer, very simply, is no.

• Jan Harzan has been the executive director for MUFON since August 2013. “I’ve seen these craft. I know they are real,” he told Space.com. “I can’t tell you where they’re from. …But they are advanced technology.” Harzan continues, “We have over 100,000 UFO cases in our files … and it’s growing. We currently have worldwide over 500 certified MUFON field investigators that go out and look at each one of these cases.”

• A MUFON Science Review Board consists of scientists with degrees in physics, chemistry, geology and electrical engineering. Their work experience includes NASA, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and France’s national space program, CNES. The MUFON Board reviews the best cases and strongest cases that cannot be identified as any known object.

• Nearly 34% of reports coming into MUFON can be identified, be they aircraft, rocket launches, satellites, drones, astronomical events, or even Chinese lanterns. For example, Google’s Project Loon uses high-flying balloons to bring Wi-Fi internet to rural areas. It has repeatedly prompted UFO reports. “But on the other hand,” says Harzan, “when you read some of the reports – we call it the 5% – one out of twenty – that are incredible observations by very articulate and credible people, you get about 5% of cases that are so rock solid.”

• Harzan says that these extraterrestrial beings have advanced physics that we don’t yet understand, and which our current science is incapable of understanding. “I personally believe,” says Harzan, “once we do, we’ll be out there doing the same thing that they are doing. We’re probably 20 to 30 years away from being the aliens.”

• Former UFO investigator for the U.K.’s Ministry of Defence, Nick Pope compares the UFO community, and the MUFON subset, to a “broad church” – a group of people who have a range of different views, yet bound together by a common interest. As in the UFO community, MUFON has had its disputes and feuds. Pope maintains that “None of this detracts from the fact that [MUFON] provides a valuable service to UFO witnesses, with field investigators looking into the sightings, sometimes turning up a conventional explanation and other times simply giving perplexed witnesses someone with whom to engage.”

• “MUFON is clearly at a disadvantage,” Pope says, “given that most of their members are nonscientists.” But he doesn’t think this is necessarily a problem. MUFON provides the necessary day-to-day business of investigating UFOs, with interviews, evidence gathering, tracking down leads, and double checking facts. “Scientific advice should be sought when necessary – for instance, if a soil sample needs to be checked for radioactivity,” Pope said. “I don’t think we should get too hung up on whether or not MUFON as a whole is sufficiently scientific.”

• It is becoming harder to weed out and identify “real” UFOs, Harzan admitted. In 1987, MUFON fired two investigators who labeled some MUFON-endorsed Gulf Breeze photos as a hoax and disavowed their report. This caused a stir in the organization. In 2017, MUFON lost a number of experienced investigators when they invited proponents of the breakaway “secret space program” to participate in its symposium panels in Las Vegas. Robert Sheaffer, a leading UFO skeptic says, “MUFON proclaims its dedication to the scientific method in UFO investigations, but it seldom lives up to that ideal.”

• Sheaffer also points to MUFON providing cases for the producers of the TV series “Hangar 1”, which premiered in 2014 on The History Channel, which was “almost universally panned by serious UFO investigators for its sensationalist approach. “However, it too has been extremely successful in bringing people into MUFON,” said Sheaffer.

• [Editor’s Note]   I like this Jan Harzan. Harzan says that no, we are not alone. He isn’t afraid of allowing for an extraterrestrial explanation. He reports that “nearly 34% of reports coming into MUFON can be identified”, therefore 66% are not identified. And that “5% – one out of twenty – are “incredible observations by very articulate and credible people.” “Rock solid.” I agree that MUFON is no less a valid UFO organization than the “scientific” organizations such as SETI, or academic institutions such as Harvard, Oxford and the Smithsonian Museum. In fact, I prefer these citizen investigations and tend to trust their reports. These are people who are motivated by getting to the truth, and they are not likely to be bought off or influenced by Deep State agents. On the other hand, the aforementioned organizations and institutions are an obvious front for the Deep State, predisposed to refute and deny any existence of extraterrestrial UFOs at all.

 

In July, the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) celebrates 50 years of investigating and promoting research on the unidentified flying object phenomenon. The all-volunteer, nonprofit, science-based organization has endeavored since 1969 to hunt down answers about baffling vehicles of unknown origin.

After five decades, has there been any scientific pay dirt in studying UFOs? Are we inching closer to the truth that is perhaps out there?

Jan Harzan is MUFON’s executive director, manning that post since August 2013.

“I’ve seen these craft. I know they are real,” he told Space.com. “I can’t tell you where they’re from. I don’t know if they are ours or belong to somebody else or whatever. But they are advanced technology.”

The world needs to understand UFOs, Harzan said. “This is real. We’ve got to put the data out there and share it. We have over 100,000 UFO cases in our files … and it’s growing. We currently have worldwide over 500 certified MUFON field investigators that go out and look at each one of these cases,” he said.

A MUFON Science Review Board (SRB) consists of scientists with degrees in physics, chemistry, geology and electrical engineering. Their work experience includes NASA, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and France’s national space program, CNES. The SRB reviews the best cases from the year to identify the strongest cases that cannot be identified as any known object.

Big leap

Assuming that weirdness in the sky represents an alien visitation is a big leap. But who knows?

Nearly 34% of reports coming into MUFON can be identified, be they aircraft, rocket launches, satellites, astronomical happenings — even Chinese lanterns (small hot air balloons made of paper) or the proliferating number of military, police and citizen-run drones of all shapes and sizes. For example, Google’s Project Loon, which uses high-flying balloons to bring Wi-Fi internet to rural areas, has repeatedly stirred up UFO reports.

It is becoming harder to weed out and identify “real” UFOs, Harzan admitted.

Old beliefs

Harzan said that the No. 1 stumbling block to advancement as a civilization is holding on to old beliefs. Is our science even capable of understanding what UFOs truly represent?

“We have to be able to let go of some old beliefs, because maybe the way we think the universe works isn’t how it really works,” Harzan said. “I personally believe that these are extraterrestrial beings that have advanced physics that we don’t yet understand. And once we do, we’ll be out there doing the same thing that they are doing. We’re probably 20 to 30 years away from being the aliens.”

Rectangular UFO Spotted Hovering in Skies of Hawaii

• A Hawaiian driver noticed a rectangular UFO in the sky  over Maui, and captured it on video. When zoomed in, the lights and metallic body of the UFO can be seen.

A mysterious video uploaded on YouTube by popular conspiracy theory channel ‘UFO Mania’ is now the hottest debating point among alien enthusiasts. Originally shot by a car driver from Hawaii, the rectangular UFO appeared in one among the many random clicks taken by the witness. Upon closer analysis, we can also see lights in the seemingly metallic body of the UFO.

“The object was in only one frame, nothing before or after. unknown altitude but as you can see it was above the cloud line,” said the man who captured the video.

After watching the video, viewers of UFO Mania also shared their thoughts to explain this bizarre sighting.

“Awesome picture!! By the dimension’s I would say it was alien!! Doesn’t look like it would be practical for humans by the size of it,” commented Curtis Hill, a YouTube user.

“My guess is it either cloaked out or performed a dimensional jump. These crafts are being seen more often now, it’s like they’re not worried about hiding, I believe something major may happen soon,” commented John Nightshade, another YouTuber.

Strange Alien Spaceship Seen Over Rome in Clear as Day Video

• On July 13th, 2019, a family in the ‘Villa Chigi’ area of Rome, Italy watched a luminous object from their home’s window, and got it on video. (see 1:59 minute video below) The video shows a bright orb rising into the sky. (It then stops, hovers, flashes in brightness and winks out.)

• The family was left baffled by the incident, with people in the video’s background saying in Italian: “What are they?” The person filming adds: “Here it is, it’s going up. What’s this stuff? It’s gone.” The video was picked up by several media outlets in Italy.

• Several UFO hunters are convinced this is a sign of alien activity, or even an alien abduction in Italy. One YouTuber commented: “It is a plasma drone. It’s got to be alien technology or something else, just understand that they are taking pictures of our landscape and maybe compared them to the old times.”

• Diehard skeptic, Michael Bryant, thought it was a kite. Stuart Walker thought it was a fake video. Says Walker, “Anybody who has been to Rome… will know how heavily populated it is, and everybody would have seen it.”

Eerie Clip of High-Speeding UFO in Orange County, California

• On June 19th, 2019, Orange County, California resident Sherlly Galicia video recorded an apparent disc-shaped UFO, with a glowing blue light underneath a metallic body, flying across the sky in broad daylight.  (see 1:30 minute video clip below)

• After watching the video, most YouTube commenters took the video as proof of alien visitors. Others suggested that it could be secret advanced military craft.

 

Popular conspiracy theory YouTube channel ‘Mavixxx’ has now uploaded a mysterious video clip that shows a UFO flying in the skies of Orange County, California at breathtaking speed. The clip shows a disc-shaped flying object in the skies, and it had glowing light in its seemingly metallic body.

In the video, the conspiracy theorist revealed that the footage was shot on June 19, 2019, and the sighting was apparently captured by a local resident named Sherlly Galicia. Interestingly, the shape and structure of the flying object spotted in the skies of Orange County seems very similar to the alien flying crafts we have seen in Hollywood sci-fi flicks like ‘Independence Day’ and ‘Mars Attack’.

The video uploaded by Mavixxx has already gone viral on YouTube, and it has already racked up more than 25,000 views. After watching the video, most of the viewers claimed that sightings like these are authentic proof of alien existence. As per these alien enthusiasts from the deep space used to visit the earth to monitor human activities, and they even went ahead and claimed that these otherworldly entities are gearing up for an invasion.

However, skeptics were quick to dismiss the alien angle, and they revealed that the flying object spotted in the video could be a drone. Some others argued that these crafts might be sometimes secret military vehicles that have the capability to travel at hypersonic speed.

• July 2nd was “World UFO Day”, commemorating the July 2, 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, NM. Seventy-two years later, people are still fascinated with the UFO phenomenon.

• In a New York Times exposé , two Navy pilots revealed that they had spotted UAPs flying over the East Coast almost daily for more than six months between 2014 and 2015. Experts have many theories as to where UFOs come from, ranging from glitches in radar technology to spacecraft belonging to other nations. Although the Navy pilots’ reports are credible, they do not link these objects to extra-terrestrial beings. In fact, there is no evidence that does so. The Roswell crash itself was officially just debris made up of rubber strips, tinfoil, and paper.

• Origins and cause aside, how can people actually spot a UFO? Astronomer Chris Rutkowski says that a place with a good view of the sky is crucial, and the later at night the better. “Most UFO sightings came between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m.” “I’d personally recommend simply finding a dark location at night, away from city lights, and watching the skies.”

• According to Rutkowski, places with higher populations tend to have more sightings. But “(UFO) ‘hot spots’ come and go from year to year,” says Rutkowski . “So in some years, the state with the most reports by population could be Vermont, while it might shift to Missouri another year.”

• Rutkowski also suggests using tracking app technology. “There are many planetarium and satellite tracking apps you can get that can help you pick out objects in the sky, and see which ones aren’t stars and planets!” he says. The app store lists a number of helpful ones with high ratings, including Orbitrack and ISS Detector.

• Jan C. Harzan of MUFON says knowing the places where UFOs are often spotted is key. “On a per capita basis Maine and Arizona are the two best states to see a UFO,” Harzan says. “But UFO sightings happen all over the world.”

• Rutkowski is of the opinion that UFOs are not aliens from another world. Harzan does believe in extraterrestrials. But both men agree that the chances of a civilian spotting a UFO in the United States are good. Says Rutkowski, “Polls have shown that 10 percent of all North Americans believe they have seen UFOs — in the USA alone. That’s about 33 million people.”

• [Editor’s Note]   What I find disturbing is that the new normal which the mainstream is pushing is that, yes it is now undisputed that UFOs exist. But these thousands of UFO sightings cannot be of an extraterrestrial origin, because extraterrestrials do not exist. Once again the skeptics use the fact that the government has been hiding evidence, ridiculing witnesses, and covering up the ET presence for the past 72 years – to argue that there is no “actual” evidence of extraterrestrials. But the evidence is there for anyone who cares to do a little research.

 

On July 2, 1947, a rancher in Roswell, New Mexico, stumbled on what appeared to be debris from a “flying saucer” made up of “rubber strips, tinfoil, and rather tough paper.” Baffled, he turned the materials over to the sheriff, who began an investigation. The event, later known as the Roswell UFO Incident, would eventually be recognized as the first sighting of an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) in the U.S.

Seventy-two years later, the rancher’s discovery is one that is still commemorated, a day that is now officially known as: “World UFO Day.”

Although the vast majority of these have been shared by civilians, the U.S. government has confirmed its own encounters with what it calls “unexplained aerial phenomena” (UAPs).

Find an open view of the sky

While it’s important to note that places with higher populations tend to have more sightings, longtime ufologist (UFO expert) and acclaimed astronomer Chris Rutkowski says that “a good view of the sky,” is crucial. “Especially a horizon,” he tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “So downtown Manhattan might not be better than Mesa, Arizona, overall.”

One UFO Easy to Refute; Hundreds of Them, Not So Much

• On June 25th, David Marler spoke at the Esther Bone Memorial Library in Rio Rancho, NM on the ‘Flying Saucer Invasion of 1950’ in Farmington, NM (in the Four Corners region near Aztec).

• On March 16th 1950, the residents of Farmington were treated to an aerial display of perhaps a dozen “silver saucers led by a larger red one”, according to a front page story in The Farmington Daily Times. The next day, perhaps 500 of these saucers returned to Farmington’s skies. The Daily Times noted that, “The objects appeared to play tag high in the air. At times they streaked away at almost unbelievable speeds.” There were “hundreds of them zooming through the skies,” at estimated speeds of 1000 mph.  (see photo above)

• On March 17, 1950, there were similar sightings in Tucumcari, Las Vegas, and at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. From March to May 1950, there were numerous UFO sightings throughout the Southwest and Mexico.

• Authorities at the time blamed the mass sighing on cotton blowing in the wind and/or a ruptured experimental military balloon. One newspaper accused the entire population of being drunk on St Patty’s Day moonshine. Marler did wonder why more photographs of these saucers had not had been taken over the three-day period.

• Virgil Riggs, who had been a third-grader out for recess at a nearby Aztec school, recounted he and his classmates seeing hundreds of objects not only in formation but also doing maneuvers of some sort on all three mornings. “We all thought it was pretty neat,” Riggs said. He remembered a teacher who had cried at the time, despite no hint of the flying crafts posing a threat.

• Marler says that the Farmington UFO incident is one of the “most misrepresented and under-rated in UFOlogy. … It’s surprising how many people don’t know about it.” Marler continued, “We need to know what’s in our air space.” A self-proclaimed “skeptical believer,” Marler said he was “trying to break through that shell, the stigma of UFOs — that UFOs are only seen by crazy people,” and he was “trying to present factual, historical information.” When informed of his record-breaking attendance for his talk at the library, Marler remarked, “I guess it goes to show UFOs are of interest to people when presented in a credible manner.”

 

RIO RANCHO, N.M. — David Marler’s goal for his 80-minute talk, “The Flying Saucer Invasion of 1950 — Farmington and Beyond,” Tuesday evening at Esther Bone Memorial Library wasn’t to encourage folks to believe in UFOs.

Marler, a resident of Rio Rancho, ardent UFO researcher and self-proclaimed “skeptical believer,” said he was “trying to break through that shell, the stigma of UFOs — that UFOs are only seen by crazy people,” and he was “trying to present factual, historical information.”

He talked about the mid-March 1950 events in the Four Corners area.

“There are incredible observations of incredible things,” Marler said, recounting what happened thousands of feet above Farmington, as well as above other areas of New Mexico more than 69 years ago.

In Farmington, it was estimated that about 85 percent of its residents observed from a mere handful of silver saucers ,led by a larger red one, to hundreds of them the next day.

What transpired there from March 16-18 makes the famous “Roswell Incident” pale in comparison, although the Farmington “invasion” lacks physical evidence.

But there are similarities: Each has been described as failures of balloons.

The Farmington Daily Times in its March 18, 1950, edition, reported in a front-page story that “Fully half of this town’s population still is certain today that it saw space ships or some strange aircraft — hundreds of them zooming through the skies.”

A local cop dismissed it, claiming it was only blowing cotton. At least one newspaper deemed the sightings due to “moonshine”; after all, the sightings were close to St. Patrick’s Day, a time when people imbibe.

But, an eyewitness told Marler almost 60 years later, blowing cotton was nothing new — why hadn’t people marveled over it year after year? Another decided it had been a Skyhook balloon launched from Holloman Air Force Base, and when it had ruptured, its shiny, plastic fragments had been seen showering down.

Later, though, Marler did some research and found none had been launched that week — and if one had burst, why would the parts to remain in the air for three days?

Irvine-Based UFO Group Marks 50 Years of Watching the Skies

• The Mutual UFO Network, or ‘MUFON’, is an international research nonprofit that investigates UFO sightings. Headquartered in Irvine, California, the group has spent decades investigating reports and sightings of UFOs worldwide with chapters in all 50 states and about 40 countries. A symposium at Hotel Irvine July 26th to 28th marked the organization’s 50th anniversary.

• Reports are gathered from each chapter and funneled through the Irvine office. Jan Harzan worked as Orange County MUFON section director from 1995 to 2013. He also earned a degree in nuclear engineering at UCLA and worked as an IBM executive for 37 years. Today the 64-year-old serves as the executive director of MUFON.

• For five decades, MUFON’s volunteers have investigated more than 120,000 cases. There are more than 600 trained investigators worldwide, as the organization receives about 500 to 1,000 reports a month. About 30% of them go unexplained. Harzan says the study of UFOs “has had this stigma for years.” “Anybody who saw a UFO was considered a crazy person.” “The military and intelligence community don’t think you or I have the right to know this stuff exists.”

• Harzan believes the stigma surrounding UFOs may be fading as more reports come to light. The New York Times recently reported that several Navy pilots reported encounters with UFOs, and US senators have received briefings on these sightings. “[W]e are entering a new era,” Harzan said. “It’s no longer, ‘Are UFOs fact or fiction?’ It’s ‘UFOs are real, deal with it.’ Now the questions will shift to who are they and why are they here?”

• Harzan thinks that aliens are intergalactic observers, monitoring the activities of the ‘apes with the nukes’. “They are interested in our nuclear capabilities,” Harzan says. “My personal opinion, I think they are watching over us to make sure we don’t kill ourselves.”

• When Harzan was a boy of 10 years old, he saw a UFO in his backyard in Thousand Oaks. The craft was about 10 feet long and 3 feet high, smooth and metallic on the outside with a corrugated metal landing gear. It hummed like a transformer on a telephone pole. Harzan says, “I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t ours.”

• Investigator Linda Flechtner had experiences with UFOs when she was a teenager and started working with MUFON about six years ago out of the Irvine office. She’s always discussed UFOs with her brother and sister who’ve both been MUFON investigators for nearly 30 years. Of the 300 cases she’s investigated, about 20 of them are classified as ‘unidentified’. One of her most memorable cases involved a pilot who encountered an interactive orb as he was flying. “He chased it, and it played with him,” Flechtner said. “He said he tried to get (behind it) but it interacted with him. Then it took off.”

• MUFON will remain a sanctuary for the sky-gazers,” says Harzan, “… for people who have had (UFO) experiences, and … where people can come and get answers.”

“It’s like it had been born as one piece,” Harzan said. “I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t ours.”

Harzan said he first saw a UFO at age 10 while standing in his backyard in Thousand Oaks. The experience, whatever it may have been, stuck with him. The 64-year-old Newport Beach resident now serves as the executive director of the Mutual UFO Network, or MUFON, an international research nonprofit.

Harzan works out of MUFON headquarters in Irvine, the central hub of a network with locations in all 50 states and about 40 countries.

The organization is marking its 50th anniversary at its annual symposium, July 26 to 28 at Hotel Irvine.

The group has spent decades investigating reports and sightings worldwide, seeking to provide an answer to one of humanity’s central questions: Are we alone? But the organization has also acted as a refuge for those who believe they have experienced the incomprehensible and wonder what secrets the sky may harbor.

The nonprofit has investigated more than 120,000 cases. Most end up being drones, balloons, a planet. About 30% of cases go unexplained.

Everything is funneled through the Irvine office. Annual reports are gathered from each chapter.

About four people regularly work in the office. The conference room is filled with UFO-related books. The back wall is lined with dozens of file boxes spanning five decades of investigation.

“The military and intelligence community don’t think you or I have the right to know this stuff exists,” Harzan said.

Investigators are volunteers. They are trained with a field investigator manual. There are more than 600 investigators worldwide. The ranks are needed as the organization receives about 500 to 1,000 reports a month.

No one else it seems will listen to their stories without presupposition.

“It has had this stigma for years,” Harzan said. “Anybody who saw a UFO was considered a crazy person.”

Did a Flying Rectangle shoot down a Nuclear Ballistic Missile aimed at Hawaii?

On July 3, 2019, a photo was released of a flying rectangle shaped UFO near the island of Maui that was taken over a year earlier, and only recently discovered by the photographer. What is remarkable about the photo is that it shows what appears to be a craft very similar to one photographed near MacDill Air Force base in October 2017, which was revealed by my Florida source, JP, to be a weapons platform used by U.S. Air Force Special Operations.

The similarity of the craft seen in the respective photos raises the intriguing possibility that the flying rectangle photographed near Maui may have been involved in the shooting down of a nuclear ballistic missile aimed at Hawaii on January 13, 2018, widely thought to have been a false missile alert.

First, here is the photo of the Maui rectangle along with an insert showing a close-up.

According to the photographer:

While driving up mount haleakala in maui i took this picture and didnt notice anything until weeks later when i was going over my vacation photos. the object was not seen live. the object was in only one frame, nothing before or after. unkown altitude but as you can see it was above the cloud line [sic].

The photo was taken on May 24, 2018, but the flying rectangle only discovered and reported by the photographer on July 3, 2019, to MUFON.

Now here is some important background for understanding the deep significance behind the 2018 Maui rectangle UFO sighting in terms of photos previously sent to me by JP.

I have known JP since 2008, and he has regularly given me updates on his multiple contact experiences with human looking extraterrestrials, along with his experiences with covert Air Force operatives who have abducted and interrogated him at classified facilities or in their antigravity spacecraft. My evaluation of him is that he is a reliable and credible source, and I have created a webpage with my articles about the photos he regularly sends me.

In October 2017, JP sent me a series of photos of a rectangle shaped UFO that he witnessed near MacDill Air Force Base, home of US Special Operations Command. He took the photos after being prompted to do so by two mysterious men he believes were covert Air Force operatives.

One set of nine photos taken on October 19, 2017, shows a rectangle shaped UFO flying together with a triangle shaped craft.

In another set of five photos taken on October 23, 2017, JP witnessed a rectangle UFO flying alone near MacDill. Both incidents involved covert operatives encouraging JP to take the photos. What follows is a short video featuring the October 23 photos and with some close-ups.

In one of the October 2017 incidents, JP recalls having been taken aboard the flying rectangle where he saw personnel wearing the patches of Air Force Special Operations.  He says that during his visit to the flying rectangle, he was in a corridor where he could peer outside and saw many instrument panels. He later speculated that these were part the craft’s weapons control system.

JP’s experience matched other insider accounts that flying rectangles are heavily armed weapons platforms used by a secret space program run by the Air Force, Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. Corey Goode, a prominent Secret Space Program insider, had the following to say about the weapons systems of flying rectangles:

I think similar platforms or UFOs have been reported in the 80s and 90s as they were first building out of these platforms that have modular weapons and personnel delivery systems or configurations. They were built up on that superstructure type frame a long time ago and they been on improved upon since but these are pretty old technologies both the TR 3B and the square platform.

JP recalled his experience aboard the rectangle craft only after he photographed it as a result of being prompted by the two Air Force covert operatives. After being prompted and taking the photos, he then remembered being just taken aboard the craft as his head gradually cleared from a daze after receiving an injection during the abduction.

In my earlier analysis of JP’s photos and his eyewitness testimony, I concluded that the flying rectangle is a weapons platform used by Air Force Special Operations that can be deployed in the upper atmosphere and in Earth orbit.

The similarity between the flying rectangles photographed by JP in October 2017, with the UFO photographed near Maui on May 24, 2018, is remarkable. Here is a side by side comparison of the Maui photo with what was photographed by JP on October 19 and 23.

What lends great significance to the Maui photo is that it was taken four months after the alleged “false ballistic missile alert” for Hawaii issued on January 13, 2018.

I covered the alleged false missile alert in a series of online articles (see here, here & here), and more recently in an extensive chapter in my 2019 book, the U.S. Air Force Secret Space Program: Shifting Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force.

Remarkably, the military intelligence group QAnon, appeared to have given a warning of an impending false flag attack involving a “Defcon 1” scenario in a series of posts beginning on January 7, 2018, only six days before the Hawaii alert.

What my research revealed was that the ballistic missile alert was not a false alarm at all, but was instead a false flag attack intended to start World War III by framing North Korea. What stopped the false flag attack was the US Air Force Secret Space Program (SSP), which had recently undergone a dramatic change in attitude, policies, and leadership, the genesis of which I discuss in great detail in my 2019 book.

There were multiple witnesses of something being shot down on the morning of January 13, 2018, near Maui. The US Coast Guard subsequently spent the next week scouring the ocean for debris of what had been shot down as Maui boat captains have confidentially reported to me and others.

These witness reports, along with the testimonies of multiple whistleblowers all support the conclusion that a nuclear ballistic missile was shot down by White Hats within the US military opposed to a Deep State effort to covertly start another world war.

The false flag attack occurred in January 2018, and four months later a flying rectangle is accidentally photographed near the island of Maui. Given the photos and testimony of JP, it appears that a flying rectangle used as a weapons platform by Air Force Special Operations was being secretly deployed near the Hawaiian islands during the critical months after the attack. If so, it may have been also directly involved in neutralizing the January 13 false flag attack on Hawaii.

Synchronistically, a day after the release of the Maui flying rectangle photo, President Donald Trump declared at the July 4 Independence Day celebration that Space Force was soon to be created as the sixth branch of the US military.

It is highly likely that soon after the formal inauguration of Space Force, and its incorporation of classified space units manned by Air Force Special Operations, that some of its secret arsenal of antigravity vehicles will be revealed to the general public.

In a future July 4 celebration, perhaps as early 2020, flying rectangles may be among the highlights of the air show as they drop down from space directly over the Washington Mall. Included among the flying rectangle craft may be the one that was photographed near Maui in 2018, and which may have also been involved in shooting down a ballistic nuclear missile attack on Hawaii that was intended to start World War III.

• On June 25th, A UFO hovering above Earth was spotted through the live feed footage of NASA’s International Space Station. Scott Waring of ET Data Base spotted the UFO while watching the live feed, and noted that the ISS suddenly switched cameras to presumably focus on an object hovering in the distance.

• The UFO was visible for a couple of seconds before fading into the background. Through editing software, Waring was able to zoom in on the image to reveal the UFO’s classic disk shape, with distinct humps in the upper and lower portions. It also had a strange aura its body, likely an optical effect caused by the craft’s propulsion system. (see 9:54 minute video below)

 

A UFO hovering above Earth was spotted through the live feed footage of NASA’s International Space Station (ISS). According to a UFO expert, the footage is definitive proof of the existence of extraterrestrial life.

Scott Waring of ET Data Base spotted the UFO while watching the live feed of the ISS. As he was watching, Waring noted that the ISS suddenly switched cameras to presumably focus on an object hovering in the distance.

Based on the video that Waring shared, the UFO was visible for a couple of seconds before mysteriously fading into the background. Through editing software, he was able to zoom in on the image to reveal the UFO’s distinct shape. According to Waring, it closely resembled the classic image of disk-shaped UFOs that have distinct humps in their upper and lower portions.

Aside from the shape of the object, another aspect that caught Waring’s attention was the strange aura that it displayed around its body. He speculated that it could be traces of the strange craft’s propulsion system.

• Former high-ranking US defense and intelligence officials, aerospace-industry veterans, academics and others associated with ‘To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science’ are asking: ‘why are so many UFOs being reported near nuclear facilities—and why isn’t there more urgency on the part of the government to assess their potential national-security threat?’ Their investigations are the subject of HISTORY’s limited series “Unidentified.”

• In the past century, more than a few UFO sightings have been reported in military contexts. In late World War II, U.S. airmen called the bright orange UFOs flying along the French-German border “foo fighters”. During the Korean War, soldiers claimed that a blue-green light emitting “pulsing rays” made their whole battalion sick with radiation poisoning.

• In the last 75 years, high-ranking U.S. military and intelligence personnel have also reported UFOs near sites associated with nuclear power, weaponry and technology—from the early atomic-bomb development and test sites of the past to active nuclear naval fleets in the present. “All of the nuclear facilities—Los Alamos, Livermore, Sandia, Savannah River—all had dramatic incidents where these unknown craft appeared over the facilities and nobody knew where they were from or what they were doing there,” said investigative journalist George Knapp.

• “There seems to be a lot of correlation there,” says Lue Elizondo, who from 2007 to 2012 served as director of the Pentagon UFO study program called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program.

• Robert Hastings, a UFO researcher and author of the book: UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, says that ‘Nuclear-adjacent’ sightings go back decades. Witnesses to these incidents are often highly trained personnel with top security clearances. In recent years, their reports are being corroborated by sophisticated technology.

• In late 1948, “green fireballs” were reported in the skies near atomic laboratories in Los Alamos and Sandia, New Mexico, where the atomic bomb was first developed and tested. A declassified FBI document from 1950 mentions “flying saucers” measuring almost 50 feet in diameter near the Los Alamos labs. Over a dozen workers from the Nevada desert atomic test site told Knapp that UFO activity was commonplace.

• In the 1960s and ’70s, repeated UFO sightings emerged at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana, a storage site for nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missiles. At one such sighting in 1967, former Air Force Capt. Robert Salas reported several of those missiles becoming inoperative, or “unlaunchable”, at the same time that base security reported seeing a glowing red object, about 30 feet in diameter, hovering over the facility.

• In December 1980, the US Air Force secretly housed nuclear weapons in 25 fortified bunkers beneath the Royal Air Force base at Bentwaters in Suffolk, England. USAF master sergeant Ivan Barker saw an object on radar having remarkable speed and maneuverability, covering 120 miles in a matter of seconds. He looked out of the window and saw a craft hovering over a water tower. “It was between about 1,500 and 2,000 feet high. The thing was…at least a city block…in diameter,” said Barker. Barker says it was shaped like a giant basketball, with portholes around the center, from which lights were emanating outward. “I was shocked… There was nothing aerodynamic about it. Basketballs don’t fly.” Then in a second it was gone. But Barker didn’t report the sighting to his superiors. “You don’t understand what the Air Force did to people who reported UFOs,” he said.

• Colonel Charles Halt was the deputy commander at RAF Bentwaters that night. Halt led a patrol to investigate the strange colorful lights seen descending into the nearby Rendlesham Forest. He saw a red light moving horizontally though the trees, “obviously under some kind of intelligent control.” A laser-like beam, he said, “landed 10-15 feet away from us. I was literally in shock.” Then the object flew north towards the base. Says Halt, “We could hear chatter on the radios that the beams went down into the weapons storage area.” The Air Force generals closed the case without investigation.

• In recent years, the US Navy has reported several UFO encounters off of both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts. Navy F-18 fighter pilots saw UFOs almost daily for several months between the summer of 2014 and the spring of 2015 along the Eastern seaboard between Virginia and Florida. “Wherever we were, they were there,” said Ryan Graves, an F-18 fighter pilot who holds a degree in aerospace engineering. The objects appeared in three shapes, Graves says—some were discs, others looked like a cube inside a sphere, while smaller round objects flew together in formation. All lacked visible engines or exhaust systems. Some tilted, mid-flight, like spinning tops, as seen in cockpit video. One UFO almost caused a collision by zipping dangerously between two jets. Graves said that the UFOs also appeared in the Persian Gulf.

• In November 2004, Navy pilots and radar operators from the USS Nimitz carrier fleet saw a 40-foot long tic-tac shaped object flying just above the ocean, 100 miles off the coast of California near San Diego. When F-18 fighter jets were scrambled to approach the object, it accelerated and easily outran the supersonic Navy craft.

• Chris Mellon, former US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence said that a carrier battle group being shadowed by UFOs all the way across the Atlantic to the Middle East “makes an extremely compelling case for the existence of technologies we didn’t think were possible.”

• There is an increasing openness in the Pentagon and on Capitol Hill to taking these sightings seriously as potential threats. In April 2019, the US Navy announced that it was updating its guidelines for how pilots and personnel should report unexplained aerial phenomena—making it easier for military members to report sightings to superiors without facing stigma and backlash. And now Congress has taken more interest in these UFO briefings.

• George Knapp says there is more UFO activity now than he has seen in three decades. Knapp notes that personnel at the military facilities, bases, ships and submarines where nuclear weapons are built, tested and deployed “have seen these things”. “Are they all crazy?”

Nuclear-adjacent sightings go back decades, says Robert Hastings, a UFO researcher and author of the book UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites. Hastings says he’s interviewed more than 160 veterans who have witnessed strange things in the skies around nuclear sites.

“You have objects being tracked on radar performing at speeds that no object on earth can perform,” Hastings says. “You have eyewitness [military] personnel. You have jet pilots.” Witnesses to these incidents are often highly trained personnel with top security clearances. In recent years, their reports are being corroborated by sophisticated technology.

Glowing Orbs Spotted Hovering Above Kansas, Authorities Clueless

• On June 20, 2019, two glowing orbs were spotted hovering in the skies over Kansas City.

• “Even the local news recorded a few and posted to Twitter what they had seen. This prompted DARPA to respond saying that they had released three lighter than air objects in the area (i.e.: balloons). I believe since DARPA is a government agency that it is lying to the public and trying to cover up an actual UFO fleet over Kansas City,” said self-styled UFO expert, Scott C Waring. “The US government will try anything and everything to cover up actual UFO sightings.”

• The National Weather Service tweeted: “We honestly have no explanation for the floating objects over Kansas City.”

• Other conspiracy theorists proffer that these glowing orbs could be secret anti-gravity military vessels developed by superpowers like the United States, Russia or China.

 

In an interesting development, two glowing orbs were spotted in the skies of Kansas. The sighting soon went viral on online platforms, and even weather authorities are completely clueless about the bizarre sighting.

The National Weather Service (NWS) wrote on Twitter that they literally have no explanation for the mysterious sighting. As NWS failed to give a proper explanation, several social media users started alleging that alien spaceships have reached the earth to monitor human activities. Some users even went a step ahead and assured that extraterrestrials are gearing up for an invasion.

Popular UFO researcher Scott C Waring also analyzed the clip, and he alleged that the government is trying to cover up realities of alien life.  “Thousands of eyewitness in Kansas City saw huge UFO orbs in the sky over the city two days ago. Even the local news recorded a few and posted to Twitter what they had seen. This prompted DARPA to respond saying that they had released three lighter than air objects in the area. I believe since DARPA is a government agency that it is lying to the public and trying to cover up an actual UFO fleet over Kansas City. The US government will try anything and everything to cover up actual UFO sightings and here is 100% proof that they are doing it again here,” wrote Waring on his website ET Date Base.

• It was recently reported that US Navy Super Hornet aircraft pilots out of Master Jet Base NAS Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA detected UFOs off of the East Coast multiple times on radar during the period of 2014/2015, and one pilot even had a virtual close encounter with one of them. (see article here) But what about the rest of the many Super Hornet squadrons based at Naval Air Station Oceana, not to mention the E-2 Hawkeye squadrons from nearby NAS Norfolk (Virginia)?

• It turns out that the presence of mysterious UFOs in the airspace off America’s East Coast was so pervasive that it was common knowledge among local flying units. The majority of the Super Hornet squadrons and the E-2D Hawkeye squadrons equipped with the same next-generation radar were having the same experiences. It literally became such a common and nearly everyday occurrence that Naval Aviators and Naval Flight Officers from the base would talk about it informally with regularity.

• After an official safety report was filed when one of the Hornets almost hit “a translucent sphere with a cube structure suspended inside of it”, ‘Notices To Airman’ (NOTAMs) were posted regarding the potential dangers posed by unknown aerial vehicles. Other East Coast squadrons came forward to report that there were many more such encounters with UFOs/UAPs, all with the exact same description of translucent objects.

• This underscores just how taboo this topic was to military aviators. The fact that these types of events could have been so pervasive, yet kept so hushed-up outside of Navy tactical aircraft aircrew circles, provides good evidence as to why the Navy had to officially change is procedures for its personnel reporting such strange incidents. We are definitely entering uncharted territory when it comes to this long shunned and abused topic.

 

One of the biggest questions surrounding the most recent known spate of UFO encounters with U.S. Navy pilots—those that occurred off the southeastern seaboard of the United States between 2014 and early 2015—pertains to how persistent they actually were. We know Super Hornet aircrews from Strike Fighter Squadron 11 (VFA-11), the Red Rippers, detected unknown objects multiple times on radar and one aircrew even had a close encounter visually with one of them, but what about the rest of the many Hornet squadrons based at Naval Air Station Oceana, not to mention the E-2 Hawkeye squadrons from nearby NAS Norfolk? We have the answer to this question and it is remarkable.

A source with knowledge of the events has made it clear to The War Zone that presence of the mysterious objects in the restricted training airspace off America’s east coast was so pervasive that it was largely common knowledge among local flying units. They noted that the majority of the Super Hornet squadrons equipped with AN/APG-79 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars—you can read all about this technology and how it was key in detecting these objects in our exclusive piece on the subject—at the time were having the same experiences, as well as the crews flying the new E-2D Hawkeye with its incredibly powerful AN/APY-9 radar suite. It literally became such a common and near everyday occurrence that Naval Aviators and Naval Flight Officers from the base would talk about it informally with regularity.

But that doesn’t mean formal action wasn’t taken. Beyond filing an official safety report after one of the jets almost hit one of the unidentified objects—described eerily as a translucent sphere with a cube structure suspended inside of it—Notices To Airman (NOTAMs) were posted regarding the dangers potentially posed by unknown aerial vehicles flying in the same military operating areas that aircraft from NAS Oceana frequented for training. This action was taken by the base’s command leadership as they couldn’t figure out how else to address the bizarre issue and its perceived threat to their aircrews’ safety.

We have since filed Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests for copies of these NOTAMs, as well as documents regarding how the decision to file the NOTAMs was made at the command level.

• Over the past 11 years, Britain’s Ministry of Defence has declassified secret files on UFO sightings, giving the public access to previously undisclosed information in the National UFO archives. Here are some of the strangest sightings documented by people across the city of London.

• Uxbridge High Street ‘Beam’ – On July 31, 1996, a car driver reported “a big bright light and a humming noise”, and then a shaft of light that came down from the sky. When the beam reached the ground, a man appeared and walked down Uxbridge High Street. This was witnessed by four friends and a milkman. “[It] looked as if (the beam) tried to land, let the man out… and flew off,” a witness was quoted as saying.

• The Stanmore Sighting – Ruth Novelli saw the UFO at 9:45 pm on April 26, 1984 in her back garden on Belmont Lane, Stanmore, after a neighbor alerted her to the strange object in the sky. Novelli said, “I looked up and there was a light in the sky that was changing colours from pink to yellow to blue.” “It was also moving back and forth and up and down, but we weren’t close enough to see it.” “The police blocked off the road and took pictures with a telescopic lens. I didn’t know what it was. I wasn’t scared, just mystified. It was there for three hours.” An officer described the object as moving erratically and being “circular in the middle with a dome on the top and underneath”. The police then followed the UFO as it moved down the M1, but they lost it when it took off into the sky at high speed.

• Ruislip Burning Orb – On May 31, 2009, Loraine Wiley of Beechwood Avenue, Ruislip, and her family, saw what looked like a low flying aeroplane on fire flying behind our house. “My children… thought it was a meteorite, but we assured them it wasn’t because it wasn’t zooming to earth. It was flying steadily.” “We watched it until it disappeared out of vision behind a tree and waited for it to come out the other side. It didn’t, so we went down our back alley and on to the next road to see around the tree and it was there, but it had stopped and was just hovering in one spot.” “I grabbed my camera and took two photos and when I have zoomed in one of the photos it looked like two balls of fire and the other was more like one round object.” “We stood for about 10 minutes watching it and it didn’t move. We eventually went inside and when my partner went back out about 10 minutes later it was gone.” Wiley sent her photos to the Uxbridge Gazette.

• Lights Over Hounslow – In 2008, Linda Chester saw strange hovering lights in the Hounslow area. Chester says, “I heard a rumbling noise and when I looked up I saw these blue, grey lights.” John Holland was driving near Hounslow that night and said the “pretty strange” lights were clearly visible that whole time. Gulsheen Kaur of Hounslow said, “My husband and I… just assumed it was a spotlight. But later we realised there had been no beam and we got scared.”

• Silvery Orb Over Hounslow – On Saturday, February 26, 2011, Chris Kelly was near St Mark’s School, in Bath Road, when he saw an “awesome-looking” night sky over Hounslow. He took a photo with his iPhone, but when he got home he noticed a glowing orb in the center of the photo. It was too high to be an aircraft and too low to be a star. Kelly remarked,”It just looks like a silvery spherical object. Everyone thinks I’m a bit nuts but I can’t find any explanation as to what it might have been.” “I believe in UFOs – maybe not aliens, but there’s some kind of craziness going on.”

• 2018 Shannon UFO – On November 9, 2018, a British Airways pilot flying a Boeing 747 from Montreal to Heathrow Airport, London reported a UFO over the southwest coast of Ireland. Several pilots reported ‘bright lights’ flying at extremely high speeds. The Irish Aviation Authority launched an investigation. In audio communication between the pilot and Shannon Air Traffic Control, the pilot described seeing a bright light coming up alongside the 747 before heading north “at a very high speed”. Shannon Control had ”nothing showing on either primary or secondary [radar].”

‘Man came down from beam’ on Uxbridge High Street

A report from the Ministry of Defence’s National UFO archives detailed a mysterious sighting in Uxbridge High Street, MyLondon reported in 2009.

On July 31 1996, a car driver reported “a big bright light and a humming noise”.

The previously classified document detailed an account of a man appearing as the beam came down.

It read: “[A] beam came down and a man came out and walked down Uxbridge High Street… looked as if it tried to land, let the man out… and flew off.”

The report stated that the worrying sighting was seen by four friends and a milkman.

Police rush to mysterious lights in Stanmore

A caterer from Stanmore revealed in 2008 how she spotted a UFO 24 years ago.

Ruth Novelli, of Bushey, said she saw the UFO at 9.45pm on April 26, in 1984, in her back garden in Belmont Lane, Stanmore .

The 61-year-old spotted the UFO after a neighbour alerted her to a strange object in the sky.

She said: “My next door neighbour knocked on my door and asked me to see what it was. I looked up and there was a light in the sky that was changing colours from pink to yellow to blue.

“It was also moving back and forth and up and down, but we weren’t close enough to see it.”

Mrs Novelli, who was 38 at the time, said: “My neighbour called the RAF to see whether they had anything up there and they didn’t, so she called the police.

“The police blocked off the road and took pictures with a telescopic lense. I didn’t know what it was. I wasn’t scared, just mystified. It was there for three hours.”
