• “The Drive” on the WarZone website recently interviewed T.D. Barnes, a retired engineer who worked at Area 51. Barnes tells of a time around 1960 when the CIA had designed and was building the Mach 3 A-12 Blackbird to replace the U-2 spy plane. The problem was that the Soviets built the P-14 “Tall King” radar system that would be able to detect the A-12 flying over their airspace. Before this, US spy planes operated virtually undetected.

• So the US Navy built the ‘Netted Emulation of Multi-Element Signature Against Integrated Sensors’ or ‘NEMESIS’. This device tricked the Soviet radar system by giving the illusion of “ghost fleets” of vessels in on and below the oceanic surface, and formations of aircraft in the sky.

• Retired CIA executive officer, S. Eugene Poteat says that the CIA accomplished the same trickery by building ‘PALLADIUM’ which launched balloons from submarines carrying metallic spheres” that would simulate flocks of real jets on Soviet radar. Poteat, who founded and ran PALLADIUM, said descriptions of the “metallic spheres” sound somewhat similar to those of UFOs reported by Navy aviators on the East Coast in 2014 and 2015, describing them as floating “orbs with cubes inside.”

• Both Barnes and Poteat believe that the Navy’s sightings of UFOs with no visible engine or exhaust plumes, that could reach 30,000 feet at hypersonic speeds can be attributed to a similar top-secret radar-tricking program being developed by the military. “I don’t have the answers to what the Navy aviators saw,” says Barnes, “but in my mind, I’m thinking, we are doing it again.”

• Barnes noted that many past UFO sightings in the Seattle and Southern California areas were actually advanced aerospace tests by Boeing or Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works conducting “proof of concept” test flights before turning them over to the US military.

• [Editor’s Note]  So these old-timers believe that the UFOs that the Navy fliers have reported are really radar phantoms that don’t actually exist? But David Fravor and the other pilots saw them with their own eyes. Gary Voorhis watched them through binoculars from the bridge of the USS Princeton. And a fellow Navy pilot told Ryan Graves, a Navy aviator out of Oceana Jet Base in Virginia Beach, that a “sphere encasing a cube” ‘flew’ between him and his wingman. These were definitely not metal spheres falling from a balloon or radar phantoms that the Navy pilots encountered.

These are two Cold War veterans who have been conditioned all of their lives not to believe in extraterrestrial UFOs.  And they will never believe in extraterrestrial UFOs, even if one landed on their front lawn and a couple of ETs offered them a ride to the Moon. They will always dismiss all of the evidence out of hand, certain that it must be some top secret advanced military aircraft.

 

There’s never a shortage of UFO stories, with arguments raging between skeptics and those who want to believe. But a pair of CIA and Area 51 retirees claims the mysterious sightings might have quite a prosaic explanation.

The mystery behind the unidentified flying objects was highlighted again recently when leaked videos – filmed by the US Navy’s Super Hornet jets – popped up in the public domain, showing the military aircraft interacting with UFOs. The Pentagon had stirred up much hype among ufologists, officially saying that the viral clips actually depicted “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAP).

But for veterans of two of America’s most secretive institutions, these sightings, at least, were not at all sensational. They claim the UFO encounters can be attributed to a top-secret radar-tricking program commissioned for the military, according to the Drive.          

The website’s WarZone project, which covers military tech, examined the Navy’s top-secret project, awkwardly called ‘Netted Emulation of Multi-Element Signature against Integrated Sensors’ (NEMESIS).

It enables the Navy to trick enemy sensors and radars by giving the illusion of “ghost fleets” of vessels on and below the oceanic surface; the system can also simulate formations of aircraft in the sky. Incredibly, the tech resembles another secretive project developed at the height of the Cold War, as veterans of two of America’s most secretive institutions told the website.

The NEMESIS “takes me back to circa the 1960s when the CIA designed and was building the Mach 3 A-12 Blackbird to replace the U-2,” says T.D. Barnes, a retired engineer who worked at Area 51, referring to the top-notch spy planes used to collect imagery intelligence on the USSR and its allies.

Ufology: From Fringe to Serious Science

• In an interview with MJ Banias of Popular Mechanics, Richard Hoffman and Robert Powell discuss the creation of the ‘Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies’. Hoffman and Powell occupy two of the three seats on the non-profit’s governing board. The purpose of the ‘SCU’ is to establish a scientifically credible organization that will collect “multiple sensory data” on UAPs, such as radar tracks and video, which can be analyzed and studied by scientific experts, rather than to simply report and tally random UFO sightings. They intend to publish these studies in a biannual peer-reviewed journal set to begin next year.

• ‘Unidentified Ariel Phenomenon’ or UAP is the current rebranding of Unidentified Flying Objects because the term UFO carries too much cultural baggage.

• The SCU currently has 69 active members who are mostly scientists, former military officers, and former law enforcement personnel with technical experience and investigative backgrounds with companies and agencies such as Lockheed, NORAD, the U.S. Space Command, and NASA. Device physics expert Robert Powell says, “To date, there hasn’t been an extensive and well-funded scientific investigation of these phenomena using state-of-the-art investigative tools and a dedicated investigative team.” The SCU intends to change this.

• Richard Hoffman is a 25-year information technology expert on contract with the U.S. Army’s Material Command at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Hoffman notes that “The scientific community still has to deal with the decades of stigma associated with what they see as pseudoscience or fringe science.” “Many scientists do have interests in the phenomena, but are most often discouraged by others to embrace it so they hide it.”

• While the SCU doesn’t suppose that non-human intelligence is responsible for UFOs, some scientists have starting to ask more questions in the wake of revelations by the US Navy that UAPs having “capabilities…beyond any known technology” exist, and that the Pentagon ran an Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program to study UFOs. The organization has suggested that “the public release of all Navy records associated with (the Nimitz ‘tic tac’ UFO) incident to enable a full, scientific and open investigation is strongly recommended.”

• Still, contemporary ufology makes many academics and scientists nervous. For as long as humans have claimed to have seen UFOs, the established scientific community has been conditioned to consider them nonsense. And the decades-long taboo surrounding UFOs can still kill a professional career. When physical evidence or data has been presented, the well-established ufological conspiracy and myth-making machines set out to discredit that data.

• In 1953, the Robertson Panel was formed at the behest of the government to look at UFO reports after a string of odd aerial objects were seen over Washington, D.C. the previous year. The panel concluded that UFOs posed no risk to national security. Furthermore, it proposed that the National Security Council actively debunk UFO reports and make them the subject of ridicule. The Panel even recommended that UFO investigative and research groups be monitored by intelligence agencies for subversive activity. (see Robertson Panel Report here)

• In 1969, the US Air Force and the University of Colorado produced the Condon Report to close down Project Blue Book (see Condon Report here). A controversial memorandum surfaced that revealed that the report itself had to “trick” the public into thinking the study was objective, but would ensure that the final and official position is that all UFO incidents were hoaxes, delusion and human error. (see memorandum here) UFOs were lumped in with stories of space men from Venus, alien bases in Antarctica, and a subculture of people claiming to be alien channelers, time-traveling ambassadors, and new-age UFO prophets.

• Other UFO study organizations include Project Hessdalen in Norway that monitors strange light phenomena, and the UFO Data Acquisition Project that is designing computer software to monitor and track aerial phenomenon as well as provide metadata that can be analyzed. Alexander Wendt is a political science professor at the Ohio State University who sits on the board of UFOData which also tracks anomalous phenomena in the skies. According to Wendt, neither the government nor the established scientific community are going to fund UFO research. Says Wendt, “I don’t get the sense the scientific community is any more interested or open than it was before. The solution seems to be crowdfunding or finding private donors to invest in these projects.

• In the end, we are simply left to wonder, “What if?” Could the source of some of these data-rich UFO incidents be secret government technology, an alien intelligence, or something fundamentally beyond our physical and philosophical understanding?

• [Editor’s Note]  While the purported intention of this article is to bring the UFO community the good news that “real” scientists have stepped forward to conduct “serious” study of the UFO phenomenon, the underlying design of the article, as is typical of this writer, MJ Banias, is to create ‘limited disclosure’ by separating scientifically worthy UFO data from the “conspiracy theories” that deserve to remain on the fringe. I suspect that Banias’ assertive use of the term UAP rather than UFO is also a subconscious cue to treat UAPs as legitimate and UFOs as crazy talk. Soon they will draw a hard line of demarcation as to the type of UFOs that people should pay attention to, and the type that people should not.

The clever Banias employs the mention of past official efforts to stymie UFO research to make his writing seem fair and objective, as if he is “fighting the stigma”. Banias ends the article with the open-ended question “what if” to make it appear that his limited disclosure camp would actually consider that these UFOs might be associated with intelligent extraterrestrial sources interacting with our world – which he doesn’t. MJ Banias can barely wrap his head around the Navy authenticating UFOs with unknown technology. He can’t even bring himself to use the term UFO. To Banias, the existence of anything beyond nebulous UAP sightings is still impossible, belonging to the realm of kooky science fiction rather than mainstream science. Banias maintains the same old dictum: ‘extraterrestrials do not exist, therefore it can’t be extraterrestrials’ while the deep state grins.

 

For as long as humans have claimed they’ve seen UFOs—and it’s been a long, long time—the established scientific community has more or less considered them to be nonsense. While that hasn’t changed much, even as we’re in the midst of a modern ufological renaissance, some renegade scientists are fighting to bring academic rigor to UFO research.

Take Richard Hoffman, a 25-year information technology expert on contract with the U.S. Army’s Material Command at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. As a Senior Lead Architect, he keeps the Army’s digital infrastructure running and safe from attack.

Hoffman is one of three board members who run a nonprofit scientific organization known as the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU). Unknown or unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) is the current rebranding of unidentified flying objects (UFO), a term that many believe to carry too much cultural baggage.

“There are very few UFO organizations remaining today,” Hoffman says. “Of the few that do remain, they each have their unique contributions to the phenomena, but most are in data collection roles versus long term scientific study of cases.”

The difference with the SCU—and it’s a big one—is that it collects data that can be analyzed and studied by scientific experts, subsequently generating peer-reviewed papers published in journals and on websites, says Hoffman. The SCU doesn’t collect day-to-day UAP sighting reports, but rather, digs into the more complex cases where multiple sensory data like radar tracks and video may exist.

 

An Objective of Legitimacy

The SCU played a significant role in studying the Nimitz UFO Encounter, when it released a nearly 300-page report on the incident. The requisite refresher: Two year ago, the New York Times posted a story about Navy pilots who intercepted a strange object off the coast of San Diego in November 2004 and captured video of the object with their F-18’s gun camera.

Earlier this month, Popular Mechanics published a story about several other military personnel who also witnessed the Nimitz encounter on their radar systems and over their ship’s video system.

The SCU paper examined the available public data and testimony available regarding the case and concluded that the “results suggest that given the available information, the AAV’s capabilities are beyond any known technology.”

To be clear, the SCU hasn’t concluded that some non-human intelligence is responsible. Fully aware of the significant gaps in data, the organization has suggested that “the public release of all Navy records associated with this incident to enable a full, scientific and open investigation is strongly recommended.”

Man in the High Castle is Soft Disclosure of Temporal War Revealed in Cosmic Secret

I just finished watching the final season of Amazon’s The Man in the High Castle and was stunned to see how it increasingly focused on the idea of a temporal war, which has been the subject of two of my recent articles on the QAnon movement and the Deep State. The fourth season’s release on November 15 was followed four days later by the release of The Cosmic Secret where interviewees discuss the temporal war idea, and further reveal the long history of extraterrestrial colonization of Earth, and the secret space programs currently underway.

In the Amazon series, an adaptation of Philip K Dick’s 1962 short story of the same name, we witness a dystopian parallel reality where Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan won World War II and occupied the United States dividing it into three zones. The largest is a Nazi-occupied zone on the East Coast, the next largest is a Japanese occupied West coast, and the smallest zone is a buffer area between them called the neutral zone which is dominated by members of a resistance movement.

In the first three seasons, the plot revolves around a mysterious set of film reels showing our time-line (reality) where Nazi Germany and Japan are defeated. The contraband films give Americans in the dystopian parallel reality hope as they witness their oppressors losing the war and being tried for their crimes.

The American resistance movement spends much time duplicating and distributing the films in the first three seasons, and are predictably hunted down and killed for their efforts. At the end of season three, the plot evolves to where the Nazis have now developed a portal travel (aka time travel) machine which they plan to use to send temporal agents into our timeline to first spy and then change it.

The portal/time travel machine is located at a powerful geomagnetic anomaly located in an old mine tunnel in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, and we witness prisoners dying horribly in the initial experiments, which echoes what happened in the Montauk Project from 1970 to 1983.

In the final season, the Nazi temporal agents begin infiltrating and disrupting major events in our reality such as US missile launches and the space program. The series also alludes to President Kennedy’s assassination being part of this temporal war.

There are several protagonists in the series who are able to move between the two realities through spontaneous shifts in consciousness. As they hop between different realities/timelines they witness our reality and return to the dystopian reality to reveal what they saw and try to influence events in a positive direction.

The Man in the High Castle is a very popular drama series whose pilot episode set Amazon viewing records. Most importantly, the series appears to be a soft disclosure of a temporal war that is happening right now. In parts one and two in this article series, I covered the portal/time travel technology respectively used by the Deep State and US military intelligence/Q in a temporal war.

The idea of Nazi temporal agents coming into our reality to spy and change it is countered by people in the dystopian reality being able to visit our reality through spontaneous consciousness shifts, and thereby offsetting the efforts of the Nazi temporal agents.

In the final episodes of the series the Japanese occupation of the Pacific states eventually fail, and the Nazi effort to take over the Pacific states collapses after the defection of high-level US military officials.

The final scenes show how the Nazi temporal war is over and thousands of temporal refugees start pouring through the Nazi portal to a new life on Earth. The key question that arises is whether the series is based on facts – is a parallel Nazi civilization trying to change our timeline?

In the series, the Nazis are depicted as occupying a dystopian parallel reality using a portal to effect changes in other timelines. In our reality, however, as I have shown in Antarctica’s Hidden History, a group of German nationalists and Nazis established a breakaway colony in Antarctica during World War II. This colony has significantly expanded with bases on the Moon and Mars and exerts a powerful influence even beyond our solar system, as explained in part two of my temporal war article series. Put simply, (Nazi) German agents are trying to change our timeline from their secret bases in Antarctica, the Moon and Mars.

Key temporal war issues and the reality of the breakaway German colony are tackled in The Cosmic Secret which features a number of experts casting light on these deeply guarded cosmic secrets that reveal important aspects of our planet’s history.

The destruction of Maldek in the asteroid belt, the Martian refugee exodus to Earth, the moon as an artificial planetoid that was a staging post for extraterrestrial refugees, the establishment of an extraterrestrial colony in Antarctica that became Atlantis, inner Earth Civilizations, the role of Nazi Germany in establishing modern secret space programs, pole shifts, micronova, all these and many other issues are discussed.

• In October 2019, Tom DeLonge’s ‘To The Stars Academy’ entered into a partnership with the US Army to study an exotic ‘meta-material’. (See previous ExoArticle here) So where did this exotic material come from?

• In the summer of 1947, (just prior to the infamous Roswell crash of July 4, 1947) locals found a wedge-shaped craft that had crashed near the White Sands proving grounds in New Mexico where two dead aliens were discovered and one that was still alive. One local man yanked a piece of the metal off of the craft as a souvenir. The man gave the piece of metal to his grandson who became a sergeant in the US Army. In 1996, this anonymous sergeant turned the metal over to Art Bell, the late host of Coast to Coast AM, and investigative journalist and UFO researcher Linda Moulton Howe (pictured above).

• Moulton Howe took the piece of bismuth magnesium alloy to Carnegie Science’s Department of Technical Magnetism to have it assessed. The findings at the time were inconclusive. Then she took the metal sample to the chair of the Institute of Advanced Studies in Austin Texas, Dr. Hal Puthoff. Again, the tests were inconclusive. Puthoff did suggest that another test could be done with special instrumentation. It was hypothesized that if you blasted the metal with enough terahertz of magnetic field energy, it would cause it to float. Tom Delonge repeated this in a podcast interview with Joe Rogan.

• Moulton Howe allowed ‘To The Stars Academys’ scientists, including Puthoff, further attempts to test the metal without success. Then in July 2018, ‘To The Stars’ COO and former director of Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks, Steve Justice gave Moulton Howe a phone call. Justice said that the US Army might be interested in studying the metals. The US Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center had a Materials Analysis and Electro-Magnetic Spectrum laboratory. The Army was interested in blasting the meta-material with magnetic fields to elicit a “demonstrable physical phenomena.” ‘To The Stars Academy’ would partner with the US Army, and they hoped that Moulton Howe would come to San Diego and deliver the piece to them. The Army wanted to apply any resulting physical phenomenon to its ground vehicle applications.

• Moulton Howe estimated that she’d spent about $900 to $2,000 a year from 1996 to 2019 “in all the various things that I’ve done.” Finally, she decided that her only option was to sell the pieces of metal to ‘To The Stars’ and the US Army. Said Moulton Howe, “I don’t want to stop what may be the only way they’re going to be able to test this.” She offered the metal for $35,000, which the buyers considered a low figure. In its September 2019 SEC filings, ‘To The Stars’ reported that it had paid $35,000 for ‘exotic’ meta-materials in July.

• Downplaying the exotic nature of this meta-material, Dr. Chris Cogswell, a PhD in Chemical Engineering who hosts the Mad Scientist Podcast said that he believes that this type of ‘exotic’ metal alloy is “made by mistake in metallurgy facilities all the time” by using magnesium to remove bismuth according to the Betterton-Kroll process.

 

The UFO researcher who sold bits of ‘exotic’ metal to former Blink-182 singer turned UFO mogul Tom DeLonge for $35,000 explained to Motherboard why she parted with the artifact and what will happen to it now.

In 2017, the New York Times ran an article about a secret Pentagon UFO program known as the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program.” The article noted that aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow, whose interest in UFOs is no secret, modified buildings to house “metal alloys and other materials…that [allegedly] had been recovered from unidentified aerial phenomena.” Earlier this year, DeLonge’s UFO outfit To The Stars Academy paid $35,000 for ‘exotic’ metamaterials according to its September SEC filings.

TTSA bought the metals from Linda Moulton Howe, a UFO researcher, in order to “conduct rigorous scientific evaluations to determine its function and possible applications,” the company said in a press release in July. In October, the company entered into a partnership with the US Army to research the metal and also study some pretty wild science, such as active camouflage, inertial mass reduction, and quantum communication.

In an interview, Moulton Howe said that she and Art Bell, the late host of Coast to Coast AM, acquired the metal in 1996, along with a handful of letters from an alleged sergeant in the United States Army who still remains anonymous. Moulton Howe has made some pretty wild claims about the metal: She says that the sergeant’s grandfather yanked the metal off a wedge-shaped craft that crashed in 1947 near the White Sands proving grounds in New Mexico. She has also publicly claimed that the crash recovery team discovered two dead aliens and one that was still alive.

In any case, the metal is of interest to not only DeLonge and Moulton Howe, but also to the US Army, which told Motherboard that it would be studying metals like it by blasting it with magnetic fields and looking for “demonstrable physical phenomena.”

“The USG and US Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center has broad ranging Materials Analysis and Electro-Magnetic Spectrum laboratory capabilities at our disposal,” Jerry Aliotta, a U.S. Army spokesperson, told Motherboard. “There are materials and technologies of interest that TTSA possesses that we will evaluate and exploit.”

The QAnon Deep State Temporal War & its Galactic Implications

Only days after drawing attention to “Operation Looking Glass”, Q(Anon) just took this reference further in another post by claiming foreknowledge of the Deep State’s plans.  Q appears again to be alluding to an advantage the US military intelligence community has over the Deep State in terms of advanced technology enabling them to view the future.

In part one, I referred to the Deep State having similar technology in its possession and the incredible implication that we are witnessing a “temporal war” between the Q/military intelligence community and the Deep State. How deep does this temporal war go, who is involved, and what are the implications? If you agree these are questions worth pursuing, then read on. The answers will shock and surprise you.

In order to better understand the nature and extent of this temporal war, let’s begin with Q’s November 15 post [3596] which hints at time travel technology being used to gather foreknowledge over an opponent’s plans:

On its own, the above post may simply suggest that Q has reliable intelligence gained from traditional intel sources or from simply anticipating the moves of the Deep State based on conventional methods such as psychological profiling. However, only four days earlier, in post 3585, Q referred to a mysterious “Project Looking Glass” and made a quip about traveling forward in time to look back:

We also need to consider a post (2548) made on December 4, 2018, where Q said:

You are witnessing something [firsthand] that many cannot possibly comprehend or accept as reality [Sci-Fi or precision M_planning?]

Taken together, posts 3596, 3585, and 2548 suggest that Q is doing far more than using conventional intelligence gathering to anticipate the moves of the Deep State for “precision military planning” – some unconventional “Looking Glass” technology that many consider to be Sci-Fi is being used.

In my earlier analysis of post 3585 (part one), I covered the origins of “Project Looking Glass”, and described how both the military intelligence community and the Deep State have been using such “time distorting” technology since at least the 1960s. I concluded that we are witnessing a “temporal war” where both sides can peer into the future and anticipate the other’s moves.

An insider who best describes the intelligence gathering uses of time distorting or time travel technology is Andy Basiago, J.D., currently a licensed attorney for the state of Washington. Basiago said that in 1969, as an eight-year-old, his father recruited him into a CIA-run intelligence gathering operation called “Project Pegasus” in which he served until 1972. Basiago states: “Project Pegasus at the time that I joined it in 1969 was not primarily a time travel project – it was an intelligence program for the CIA.”

Project Pegasus involved children testing up to a total of eight different time-travel and teleportation related technologies, and revealing what they had experienced in subsequent debriefings as Basiago explains:

Project Pegasus was debriefing the teleportees and the other forms of time traveling… time travelers – including myself, having gone to the past and future using different methodologies and different technologies – so we were being interviewed to derive when we were going forward in time … information with which the US government could create reports that were promulgated by the CIA, and then sent around the project in other areas of the government to people with a ‘need to know’ status, to know of certain events.

Basiago’s statement is vitally important given the role of the CIA in supporting the Deep State  in the current undeclared civil war between the Trump administration/Q/military intelligence community and the Deep State/CIA. Basiago is telling us that as far back as the late 1960s, the CIA and Deep State began using time travel technology as an intelligence gathering tool.

As discussed in part one, the US military intelligence community has developed its own time-distorting methods to view the future via “Project Looking Glass”.

There is far more to a “temporal war” than just looking at the future or past to gather intelligence to outmaneuver an opponent or for “military precision planning”. There is also the ability to change time itself, which of course leads to many unpredictable outcomes.

We know from part one that the Montauk Project (aka Phoenix Project) conducted time distorting experiments involving extraterrestrial technology – a chair which significantly enhanced psychic abilities to open viewing portals into the past or future by the conscious intent of the viewer. These time portals could also be used for time travel, and I briefly mentioned that thousands of children were ruthlessly exploited in these “temporal experiments” when they were sent back or forward in time and were lost. Testimonies of child survivors of these experiments is available in the Montauk Chronicles documentary.

According to another insider, Corey Goode, the temporal experiments conducted at Montauk got out of hand, and extraterrestrials intervened to put a stop to it. Goode says he had access to a smart glass pad that had information on these earlier temporal experiments:

From what I read on the glass pad, one of the major reasons that they put buffers on this temporal technology is that some of this time travel experiment and technology got extremely out of hand. People were traveling back in time, deciding that if they killed one person, it would change the timeline. These people would end up coming back and being on the timeline they created. And it was creating all these schisms and split timelines.

Then they were sending people to go back and prevent it and fix it, and it was causing even more and more problems, and more and more timeline splits to where there were all kinds of fragmentations, and it was just way out of hand.

And they started getting visitations from very advanced ET groups saying ‘Enough! You guys have got to stop’. And it was also explained that time is very much an illusion, that just as they were using consciousness – that was a key component. They were using consciousness in that chair to manifest things, which is something that we do with our mass consciousness every day. We’re manifesting our reality. (Cosmic Disclosure, 9/22/2015)

Goode has previously described a group of humans from the future he calls the Anshar, traveling approximately 17 million years into the past to preserve the timeline against efforts to manipulate it after experiencing a future version of the Mandela Effect.

She finally confirmed for me that the Anshar are actually people from the future, from after we’ve gone through all of these fourth-density changes, somewhere in the future the Anshar had what we would consider like a Mandela Effect thing occurring in their society. Their people . . . had their own Mandela Effects occurring that caused them to look back and see about when this was, this bifurcation, was occurring, and they decided to send a group back 17 million years, around . . . just before the time that the temporal anomaly was occurring, to have this group be stewards of their timeline.

There’s a possibility if they don’t steward the timeline properly, that they could cease to exist. (Cosmic Disclosure, 7/4/2017)

The Anshar subsequently established themselves as an underground civilization that intervenes when the timeline is threatened or altered by other groups in what amounts to a temporal war.

The idea that advanced civilizations from the future are intervening in current human affairs to preserve the timeline is also supported by Alex Collier, who claims to have had contact with extraterrestrials from the Andromeda Constellation. He said in a 1996 interview:

Now, in our galaxy there are many councils. I don’t know everything about all those councils, but I do know about the Andromedan council, which is a group of beings from 139 different star systems that come together and discuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now, because that affects everybody.

Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occurred that causes the tyranny 357 years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down to Earth, Earth’s moon and Mars. Those three places. (Defending Sacred Ground, p. 10)

Collier’s comment that a galactic tyranny suddenly appears in the future which can be traced to the Earth, Moon, and Mars is very revealing. These are the precise locations where a German-run secret space program had established itself after having first established a colony in Antarctica with the help of an extraterrestrial civilization called the Draconians.

The German SSP subsequently established a base on the Moon with the Draconian’s help and finally established multiple bases on Mars after reaching secret agreements with the Eisenhower administration. The Germans subsequently began serving alongside Draconian extraterrestrials in imperial galactic conquests taking place far outside our solar system.

While all this might appear to be Sci-Fi to some Q supporters, it’s important to keep in mind that Q has confirmed that time distorting technologies exist and are being used against the Deep State. What I wish to emphasize is that the Deep State, which is linked to this German-run secret space program, also possesses time distorting technology and is using it as well to alter the timeline in which we live.

The best physical evidence that our timeline is being altered is the Mandela Effect, which many people have observed and written about. The highly popular Edge of Wonder youtube channel created a video documenting the top ten proofs of the Mandela Effect.

Consequently, the struggle we are witnessing between the Trump administration/Q against the Deep State is part of a temporal war involving different extraterrestrial and human groups from the future intending to either protect or alter timelines that prevent a future galactic tyranny.

While the Q (Anon) movement has major implications for preserving the US Republic and exposing the Deep State, many may not appreciate the movement’s far greater significance for humanity’s future and the wider galaxy.

• Sara Seager is an astronomer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the deputy science director of NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS). The TESS space telescope uses an array of wide-field cameras to survey 85 percent of the sky to study the mass, size, density, and orbit of exoplanets, and telltale brightness dips potentially indicating planetary “transits” across its star. By analyzing data from TESS, scientists will determine which distant planets they should focus on in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.

• Breakthrough Listen and the Berkeley SETI Research Center recently announced they are partnering with NASA to use its TESS space telescope to assist SETI in its search for exoplanets that may harbor extraterrestrial intelligence (see previous ExoArticle). Said Ms Seager, “We are very enthusiastic about joining the Breakthrough Listen SETI search.”

• Findings such as other earth-like exoplanets, evidence of the past existence of water on Mars, and habitable moons in our solar system suggest conditions for life are not unique to our planet. However, there is yet to be any concrete evidence of the existence of aliens. But scientists believe it will come. But when the discovery of other life in the galaxy does come, it is likely to be a gradual process. Speaking on a panel at the (70th annual) International Astronautical Congress in Washington DC (October 21-25, 2019), Ms Seager stated, “[W]hen alien life is found, it will …[be] a painstaking process where study after study will have to confirm alien existence.” “[N]ot like the little green humanoids arriving here on earth scaring everybody.” “It’s probably going to take a long time,” which will help humanity process the concept of extraterrestrial life. Ms Seager concluded: “Out of all the exoplanet endeavors (in the world) only SETI holds the promise for identifying signs of intelligent life.”

• [Editor’s Note]  Let’s see. An astronomer at MIT with the most advanced technology in the world at her disposal, is saying that there is no evidence of the existence of extraterrestrial life beyond this planet. But when it happens, it will be a long and painstaking process of discovery. Sounds suspicious. Ah! Of course. They are being assisted by the Deep State puppet show known as SETI. Now it makes sense. Just more disinformation intended to assure the public that there is no such thing as UFOs and extraterrestrial beings visiting the planet, all evidence to the contrary.

Ms Seager says that the process of discovering extraterrestrial life will be very long. What exactly does she mean? Her line of thought probably goes something like this: First, SETI will one day announce the great discovery of an exoplanet with unmistakable signs of extraterrestrial intelligence. Then we’ll spend fifty years sending signals back and forth. Language “experts” will spend another fifty years formulating some sort of communication with them. Then we’ll decide on a mid-point between our planets where our representatives can meet, and set out for a hundred year journey to that rendezvous. Under this presumption, it would take a thousand years or so before we would be technologically able to visit each other’s planet. Yes, given Newtonian physics and this myopic perspective, it certainly would take a looooong time.

But this planet has been visited by various extraterrestrial groups for hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of years, influencing each stage of life and civilization. A hundred years ago we reached a level of technology that caught the attention of the various ET groups that operate in the background today. With the detonation of the first atomic bomb, both benevolent and negative ET groups began working with world military leaders and governments, and several of them met with President Eisenhower during the 1950’s. The new shadow government killed JFK to prevent him from disclosing all of this to the public, and then set up a secret cultural exchange program between Eben beings from the planet Serpo and American astronauts who went to Serpo in the early 1960’s and returned in the mid-1970’s. The world’s wealthy elite allied themselves with a group of negative ET beings in return for advanced technology that would allow them to create several secret space programs. Mind-controlled Deep State operatives were charged with maintaining this secrecy by any means. Mass mind control is the most common method.

People believe what has been drilled into them since birth. Their cognitive dissonance won’t allow them to contemplate anything except the agreed upon “scientific” narrative, as promulgated by the Deep State education system. Since humans “evolved” unassisted from a primordial soup under unique circumstances, these brain-washed scientists and academics like to point out the tremendously long odds of there being any other intelligent life in the universe. Surely there can only be a minimum of other intelligent beings that also developed by accident and happen to be at our level of technological skill at this same moment in time – if any. And as this universe is so vast, it would be a miracle that the two or three intelligent civilizations in the universe happened to find one another. And if we ever did meet an alien being, it would be so different from humans that we might not be able to effectively communicate with it, or even recognize it. The message from our most educated scientists is that the odds of humans ever finding another extraterrestrial civilization is so impossible, that for the average person its not worth even thinking about. … ‘Move along. There’s nothing to see here. Move along.’

The reality is that our universe is teeming with life. Virtually every star system in the galaxy is home to an extraterrestrial civilization. Here in our particular cluster of 52 stars, most of these civilizations are human-like, according to Corey Goode, and they are all watching and waiting to see if our time has finally come. Will we wake up to this deception that has stolen our reality, and join with our human cousins in the Galactic Federation? Will we overthrow the elite cabal and embark upon a new era of humanity on earth, with instant access to the advanced technologies that can solve our existing societal and environmental problems, and make it possible for us to expand our presence into the galaxy as we are meant to do?

 

The possibility of extraterrestrial life has intrigued humanity for centuries, but recent discoveries seem to prove that we are edging closer to the discovery. Findings such as Earth-like exoplanets, the past existence of water on Mars and habitable moons in our solar system suggest conditions for life are not unique to our planet. But when that discovery does come, it is unlikely to be instantaneous, but rather a gradual process.

Sara Seager, an astronomer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) who focuses on detecting exoplanets, said when alien life is found, it will not be how the movies depict it where extraterrestrials invade Earth, but a painstaking process where study after study will have to confirm alien existence.

Speaking on a panel at the International Astronautical Congress in Washington, Ms Seager said: “It’s probably something that’s going to be a slow discovery, not like the little green humanoids arriving here on Earth scaring everybody.

“It’s probably going to take a long time.”

Ms Seager said the slow discovery will help humanity process the concept of extraterrestrial life.

Ms Seager is also NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) deputy science director.

Just a few weeks ago, Breakthrough Listen, an organisation which scans the stars in the hope of finding alien signals, bosses said they will collaborate with scientists on TESS – which looks for planets outside the solar system.

By analysing data from TESS scientists will be able to determine which distant planets they should focus on in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI).

Project Looking Glass – The Q Anon & Deep State Temporal War

Soon after returning into the public arena with posts on the newly created 8kun channel, Q(Anon) made a very brief reference to a “Project Looking Glass”. Despite the post’s brevity, there is much behind this highly classified project that is relevant to the QAnon movement and the efforts of the Deep State to marginalize it and remove President Donald Trump from power.

The twitter link was to a tweet by Clark Petrounov, who claimed that what he first thought was a reference to a date in a Q post, 11.11.18, was an IP address belonging to the Department of Defense Network Information Center. The implication was that military servers were in some way involved in hosting the 8kun channel through which Q has once again resumed posting after 8chan was shut down due to different internet companies refusing to host it on their cloud servers.

Many believe that Q, based on multiple posts, is a group linked to US Army Intelligence working closely with the Trump White House. At first glance, it would be logical that military intelligence is helping 8kun to emerge online since 8chan/8kun was the only venue on which Q posts. However, it’s unlikely that the US military would do this in any transparent way, given the legal and political implications of supporting a posting board that many in the general public have been convinced by the mainstream media to be a venue for radical right-wing radicals.

Nevertheless, by referring to Petrounovu’s tweet, Q was sending a clear message that the military intelligence community is in some way helping 8kun establish a new internet presence, perhaps by protecting it from DOS (Denial-Of-Service) attacks. This is where Q’s reference to “Project Looking Glass” becomes very significant.

The first public reference to a “Project Looking Glass” came from the legendary UFO whistleblower Bob Lazar back when he first emerged into the public realm in 1989 when he identified it as one of the classified projects run out of the S-4 facility at Area 51. In an interview Lazar (L) replied to a question about the project as follows:

C: Wasn’t there something about “Looking Glass” project “Looking Glass”?

L: Yeah, that was later on… when we started getting into the heavy physics of it because gravity distorts space and time and what they were trying to do, and I say look back in time and some people conjure up images of a time tunnel… they’re looking at distorting time in microseconds to see whatever event they were trying to observe through a gravitational lens… so that was a different project they were dealing with that… but that was essentially playing with gravity distorting time.

While Lazar was not himself involved in Project Looking Glass, others have come forward to reveal what they knew about classified military experiments to distort time to peer into the past.

Among these was Preston Nichols, who was involved in a classified project called Montauk that was first publicly revealed in his 1992 book: Montauk Project: Experiments in Time.

Nichols explained that the Montauk Project ran from 1971 to 1983 at Montauk Air Station, Long Island, New York, and involved many human subjects in bizarre military experiments. Some of these experiments involved humans being trained to use extraterrestrial technology, such as a chair that significantly enhanced psychic abilities so one could do extraordinary things like distorting or warping time to look into the past or future.

Nichols explained what happened when the psychic Duncan Cameron sat in the Montauk chair:

Duncan would start out sitting in the chair, then the transmitter would be turned on. His mind would be blank and clear. He would then be directed to concentrate on an opening in time from say, 1980 (then the current time) to 1990. At this point, a ‘hole’ or time portal would appear right in the center of the Delta T antenna – you could walk through the portal from 1980 to 1990. There was an opening that you could look into. It looked like a circular corridor with a light at the other end. The time door would remain as long as Duncan would concentrate on 1990 and 1980. (Montauk Project, pp. 88-89).

Basically, psychics were placed in the Montauk Chair and were, in this way, able to peer into different historical periods to gain information of interest to their military intelligence handlers.

There was a lot more to Montauk than merely viewing the past and future, as suggested by Nichol’s reference to being able to walk through the time portal. A recent documentary called “The Montauk Chronicles” describes the many bizarre experiments that occurred there, and the first-hand testimonies of many participants, the majority of whom were terribly abused. In fact, thousands of children were involuntarily pulled from the streets and were lost or killed after being sent through the “time portals.”

The Montauk Project, however, is not the earliest reference to extraterrestrial technology being in the possession of the US military, which allowed it to view events in different historical periods.

In a 1964 television interview, George Van Tassell, who claimed to have had physical contact with human-looking extraterrestrials, says that they showed him technology that could be used to view a visual scene from any historical time period, which the US Navy had in its possession.

Van Tassell says that the technology was quickly classified by the Navy and the inventor was forced to work for it. The time travel/viewing technology described by Van Tassel in his 1964 interview is very similar to what was decades later described by Lazar as “Project Looking Glass” which he said was also run by the U.S. Navy.

If we accept the testimonies of Lazar, Nichols, van Tassell, and others, then it is clear that the US military intelligence community has been conducting “Project Looking Glass” since at least the early 1960s.  Returning to Q’s November 11 post, is Q suggesting that the military intelligence community is using Project Looking Glass technology against the Deep State?

This is what Jordan Sather declares in his most recent video on his popular Destroying the Illusion youtube channel. He suggests, rather optimistically, this is why the Deep State has been befuddled by Q and the military intelligence community.

While I agree with Sather that Q and military intelligence community is using Project Looking Glass technology in a covert civil war with the Deep State, it is worth emphasizing that the Deep State has been using Project Looking Glass technology even longer than the US military intelligence community.

The earliest reference to the kind of technology discussed in Project Looking Glass actually comes from Italy in the 1950s! A Dominican priest by the name of Father Pellegrino Ernetti invented a Chronovisor by electronically modifying the frequencies of chants by Benedictine monks when viewed on a TV-like monitor. By manipulating the frequencies, Ernetti discovered one could look into the past. He claims to have witnessed the crucifixion of Christ and other historical events in this way.

In the book, Father Ernetti’s Chronovisor: The Creation and Disappearance of the World’s First Time Machine, Peter Krassa, investigates Ernetti’s amazing discovery. He explains how the technology was turned over to the Vatican hierarchy, which in turn passed it on to the Central Intelligence Agency. It’s worth emphasizing that the then chief of the CIA counter-intelligence division, James Jesus Angleton, handled both the Vatican and the Israeli desks during his long service from 1954 to 1975.

The CIA developed Chronovisor technology for the control group running extraterrestrial related projects, Majestic -12, one of the principal arms of the Deep State. Given that the CIA is the key agency for raising black budget funds for the entire military-industrial complex, it would have been easy to siphon off sufficient funds to conduct its own Project Looking Glass project.

Indeed, this is precisely what occurred, according to Andrew Basiago, a practicing attorney, who says he was involved in a Project Pegasus from 1967-1971 as a six-year old. He says that the chronovisor developed by Father Ernetti was refined by the CIA, in collaboration with the then Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA/now DARPA).

Basiago claims that in 1970, he and other Project Pegasus child participants visited various classified facilities hosting chronovisors:

In Fall 1970, the children in my group first began accessing past and future events via third and fourth-dimensional Ernetti-Gemelli chronovisors situated at the General Manufacturing Company in Convent Station, New Jersey; a public auditorium under construction in Morristown, New Jersey; and the ITT Defense Communications facility in Nutley, New Jersey.

Basiago’s assertion of visiting a classified facility run by ITT in Nutley, New Jersey in 1970 received surprising corroboration by no less a personage than famed radio host Art Bell, who was at the time employed by ITT in a classified NATO communication project. This was information Bell had never before publicly revealed. He was clearly shocked as Basiago revealed during a live radio interview on August 14, 2015, how he encountered Bell working on a classified project at the Nutley facility in 1970 when Basiago was only 8/9 years old.

Basiago asserts that chronovisor technology was one among many ways in which the CIA and its intelligence partners could view the past and future in order to gain intelligence data and to also attempt to manipulate history through time travel experiments.

Consequently, it’s worth emphasizing that both the military intelligence community (Q) and the Deep State/CIA are using time distorting technologies to peer into the future to anticipate each other’s moves. This would explain why many of Q’s predictions have not panned out, and the Deep State appears to have warded off the most damaging revelations made by Q.

The conclusion is that we are not just witnessing an information war between Q/military intelligence/Trump administration and the Deep State/CIA/Majestic 12, but also a temporal war. Q’s reference to “Project Looking Glass” invites members of the Patriot movement to dive deep into the highly classified world of time-distorting technologies and their connection to visiting extraterrestrial life.

3-Finger Nazca-Palpa Mummies: A Presentation at the University

In the image above I’m trying to measure ionizing radiation in from of the largest mummy “María.” It had to be done but the test gave a negative result. The door has been sealed for protection.

On November 6, 2019, at the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga during the VI International Research Congress (VI Congreso Internacional de Investigación) the scientists Galeckii Dimitri from Russia, José the la Cruz Ríos from Mexico, explorer-anthropologist Thierry Jamin and investigative reporter Mr. Jaime Maussan gave information about the 3-finger Nazca-Palpa mummies and some new findings were presented.

Besides previous information that the genetic tests revealed that María the largest mummy coincided genetically with homo sapiens by about 25% and the smaller specimens by about 15%, the vertebrae of the smaller specimens in the neck were said to be cylindrical which would have permitted the specimen to rotate its head beyond human range.

One of the tomographic images appeared to show a grape seed or similar in the intestines.

As had been previously mentioned histological analysis showed that the skin in both the large specimen and the smaller ones appeared to be that of a reptile.

Mr. Maussan was thankful to the people of GAIA -TV recognizing that without their auspices they would not have been able to carry out several genetic tests.

Vice-Rector of Research Dr. Martin Alarcón Quispe mentioned that keeping the bodies in the university and promoting their research could benefit the university which could become a hotbed to generate future researchers. He invited new scientists including those of the Ministry of Culture that had opposed. He also mentioned that he had been threatened. Some archaeology students loudly opposed during part of the presentation but I think that the scientific reasons which they presented could have been easily answered.

Unfortunately, the one Peruvian reporter most seriously dedicated to covering the news, Mr. Jois Mantilla announced that he would retire from covering this case to have more time for his paying work and family.

The mummies that the university is protecting (and for which it is coordinating further research with a new team of scientists) were shown to attendees, in spite of previous attempts by the Ministry of Culture to confiscate them.

The researchers associated with the Maussan-Gaia TV team were happy to have done their best to research these mummies.

With another interpreter, I interviewed Dr. Galetckii Dimitri. And I interviewed in English-only Dr. Robert E. • There’s a new school of thought that if the human species intends to become a space-faring civilization, it will not only require advancements in propulsion technology’ (i.e.: ‘warp drive’, ‘anti-gravity’ and ‘ ion propulsion’ for example), but enhancements in human physiology as well. This “transhumanist space agenda” was put forward in an article entitled “Why Human Enhancement is Necessary for Successful Human Deep-space Missions” by Konrad Szocil and Martin Braddock.

• Space agencies around the world understand that we will never get anywhere using chemical rockets and tiny little “space capsules”. India, China, Russia, Japan, and NASA are all investigating exotic propulsion technologies. NASA’s ‘Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’ has set a goal for the USA to be “warp capable” within a century.

• In their paper, Szocil and Braddock argue that a permanent human presence in space requires literal enhancements of the human body. Proponents of the transhumanist space explorer agenda insist that physical enhancements are needed to protect astronauts from the hazards of a hostile space environment so that human physical limitations do not hinder the rate of development of advanced technologies. Not only are these enhancements a rational solution, say the paper’s authors, but they are an ethical necessity if you’re going to expose astronauts to prolonged time in space.

• This “transhumanist space agenda” is opposed by the “technology traditionalists”. Going far beyond providing space explorers with the conservative diet, exercise, pharmaceuticals, and anti-radiation shielding that ‘traditionalists’ support, the ‘transhumanists’ advocate genetic engineering, nanotechnology, robotics and cognitive adaptation. Szocil and Braddock go even further, suggesting that a human might be genetically modified to breathe an alien atmosphere unaided by mechanical life support. How far can gene-splicing go? Is the goal to create the perfect cyborg-human with built-in bio-computer interface in the brain? Fill the lymph and circulatory systems with nanobots able to make quick surgical repair of damaged cells and body parts? Would such an enhanced being still be “human”?

• Yet, haven’t we heard this story before? In the ancient myths of the war of the “gods” between angels and demons, those gods genetically “tinkered with” humans to help them to adapt to this planet’s environment. Or was this done to intentionally hinder our natural human development? After all, the ancient texts indicate that we once lived far longer than we do now. Genetic modification of the human species to suit a new environment or agenda may be commonplace in our species’ short history.

 

There’s a school of thought out there that has been gaining some traction in the past few years, and it’s time to pay attention to it. That school of thought thinks that (1) the future of humanity is in space, and that we must “go to the stars”, and (2) in order to do so, we need not only (a) exotic new technologies, things like ion propulsion, warp drives, “anti-gravity” and so on, but also (b) a fundamental “enhancement” or modification of the humans destined to do so. It is point (2(b)) with which we are concerned today. It could, perhaps, be argued that this point is the fusion of the transhumanist agenda with that of space. It’s important to distinguish what’s going on here, between the “technology traditionalists” – and I would definitely number myself in that camp – and the “transhumanist space explorers”, which are newcomers in a certain sense to the debate on space.

For the “technology traditionalists”, the idea of a sustainable and permanent human presence in space and an interplanetary extension of that presence is not possible without the achievement of exotic propulsion and artificial environment technologies. As I’ve stated on many occasions, chemical rockets and tiny little “space capsules” simply are not going to be adequate to the job. If you’ve wondered why, with all the talk of missions to Mars and space hotels and asteroid mining and returning to the Moon, nothing is ever actually accomplished towards those ends of any real practical nature, this is why, and everyone in the space agencies from India, to China, Russia, Japan, and NASA knows it. This is why NASA has a whole division investigating exotic propulsion technologies, including the idea of warp drives. In fact, as I’ve indicated on a number of occasions and blogs, The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has made it a goal that the USA be “warp capable” in a century.

But the newer approach is that which I’m calling the “transhumanist space explorers,” who admit the need for all the exotic propulsion, but who are also arguing that a sustained and permanent human presence in space requires not just the exotic technological modifications of our ideas of propulsion and space travel, artificial environments, life support, habitats, and so on, but also of the human being himself. It is this meme that one sees increasingly being argued and advanced in recent years.

The principal challenges lie in current space technology and engineering which includes the protection of astronauts from the hazards of working and living in the space environment. These challenges may lead to a paradoxical situation where progress in space technology and the ability to ensure acceptable risk/benefit for human space exploration becomes dissociated and the rate of scientific discovery declines. In this paper, we discuss the predominant challenges of the space environment for human health and argue that development and deployment of a human enhancement policy, initially confined to astronauts – for the purpose of future human space programmes is a rational solution to these challenges.

• Scientists at the University at Buffalo and Case Western Reserve University in the US, and Yangzhou University in China have published new research in Physical Review D to detail a way to locate wormholes.

• In theory, a wormhole is a tubular structure that can link together two parts of space at totally different points in time and regardless of the distance between them. But as yet, mainstream science hasn’t proven that they actually exist.

• Wormholes, in theory, require the extreme gravitation conditions of an enormous black hole. The research scientists propose honing in on the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy known as Sagittarius A. If a wormhole exists there, then the stars near this black hole would be affected and create gravitational anomalies.

• The study’s co-author Dr Dejan Stojkovic notes that people and spaceships will not be able to travel through the wormhole until we find a source of negative energy to keep the wormhole open and stable. Says Stojkovic, “To create a huge wormhole that’s stable, you need some magic.”

 

Physicists have published a new methodology that will surely delight hardcore science fiction fans: a how-to guide for finding wormholes, a theoretical structure that provides passage between different areas of spacetime.

In theory, a wormhole could link together two parts of space at totally different points in time and regardless of the distance between them. However, reliable sci-fi plot device though they may be, no one knows if they really exist.

Now, scientists at the University at Buffalo and Case Western Reserve University in the US, and Yangzhou University in China have published new research in Physical Review D to detail a way to potentially locate wormholes.

They propose honing in on Sagittarius A*, believed to be a supermassive black hole right at the centre of our galaxy. Wormholes, in theory, require the extreme gravitation conditions of such an enormous black hole.

If a wormhole exists then the stars nearby would be affected by the gravity of stars on the other side of the wormhole’s tunnel, so the researchers argue that searching for anomalies in the orbits of the stars close to Sagittarius A*.

However, don’t get your hopes up about the prospect of time travel via wormhole just yet; study co-author Dr Dejan Stojkovic says that if wormholes even exist, then they’re probably not as we’ve seen them on our screens.

• For the better part of a century, the most advanced laboratories under control of both the armed forces and the academic world have been trying their best to harness “anti-gravity” and extremely advanced next-generation propulsion technologies. The U.S. military and the federal government have been formally researching these radical concepts since the 1950s, and according to research by “The Warzone” on TheDrive.com website, those efforts have continued to this day. And since this information comes from unclassified sources, there is definitely more than just what is represented here.

• In 1956, the New York Herald Tribune published a series of articles by Ansel Talbert naming research institutes that were studying the secrets of anti-gravity in the 1950s by focusing on electromagnetism, high speed rotation, and various methods of reducing an aircraft’s mass. Nearly every major aerospace company at the time was involved in some way with researching “the gravity problem”: Convair, Lear, Sikorsky, Sperry-Rand Corp., General Dynamics, and Avro Canada. While some of the brightest minds in aerospace engineering and physics were devoted to studying gravity at the time, no working anti-gravity technologies ever came from these endeavors. Talbert noted that “the biggest deterrent to scientific progress is a refusal of some … scientists to believe that things which seem amazing can really happen.”

• Grover Loening was the first aeronautic engineer hired by the Wright Brothers. After a forty year career, he was decorated by the United States Air Force for his work as a special scientific consultant. Said Loening, “I firmly believe that before long man will acquire the ability to build an electromagnetic contra-gravity mechanism that works.” “Much the same line of reasoning that enabled scientists to split up atomic structures also will enable them to learn the nature of gravitational attraction and ways to counter it.”

• The US Air Force established its own anti-gravity research project early on. Joshua N. Goldberg served as a research physicist at Wright-Patterson’s Aerospace Research Laboratories from 1956 to 1962 where dozens of theoretical studies were produced. Some have claimed, however, that the Air Force-funded laboratories were set up merely to investigate reports of Russian anti-gravity research as a result of ‘Sputnik’-shock”.

• Wright-Patterson’s anti-gravity research concluded in the early 1970s with the passage of the Mansfield Amendments that limited military funding of research to that which had a direct relationship to a specific military function. Following the Mansfield Amendments, the Department of Defense’s research strategy shifted more towards the proposal-grant model seen at university and private laboratories today. The scientists at Wright-Patterson moved on to long careers in academia where they continued their research for the Air Force.

• In 1972, Franklin Mead, then Senior Aerospace Engineer with the Air Force Aerospace Research Laboratories, published ‘Project Outgrowth’ – a technical report discussing advanced propulsion concepts ranging from traditional rocket propulsion to “anti-gravity propulsion”. Two main approaches to anti-gravity in the report were “gravitational absorption” and a “unified field theory” which unites electromagnetism and gravitation. Mead and his group believed that these types of breakthrough propulsion concepts may be possible once materials sciences caught up with concepts developed in theoretical physics.

• In 1988, a New York lab submitted a concept report to the US Air Force at Edwards AF base which discussed the Biefield-Brown effect, where electrical fields produce propulsive forces. In 1989, a similar report explored the interactions between gravitational, electrical, and electromagnetic fields, resulting in the ‘Mach effect’. It also explores the concept of inertial mass variation using a rotating cylinder filled with mercury. While much of the research cited is still in its infancy, says the report, “… chemical propulsion is reaching its theoretical limits and nuclear propulsion has political difficulties.’ …[I]t is more likely that gravitational and electromagnetic studies will lead to future breakthroughs… (as well as) more recent low temperature fusion work.”

• A 2006 study compiled at the request of the US Air Force Research Laboratory and published by the American Institute of Physics claimed that next-generation propulsion may be achieved sometime within the next three decades. The study predicts that power systems will come in the form of field propulsion by inducing mass fluctuations using high-frequency electromagnetic fields.

• With the recent announcement of a partnership between the ‘To the Stars Academy’ and the US Army, the Army plans to explore the same principles the USAF has studied for decades: mass manipulation, electromagnetic metamaterial waveguides, and quantum physics.

• In 1996, NASA invited some of the brightest minds in physics and aerospace engineering to propose radical new ideas to propel spaceflight into a new paradigm. The program’s director, Marc Miller, noted that “it is known from observed phenomena and from the established physics of General Relativity that gravity, electromagnetism, and space-time are inter-related phenomena” that “…have led to questioning [whether] gravitational or inertial forces can be created or modified.”

• In 1997, NASA’s John H. Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field held a conference on breakthrough propulsion concepts with titles such as “Inertial Mass as a Reaction of the Vacuum to Accelerated Motion”, “Force Field Propulsion”, and “The Zero-Point Field and the NASA Challenge to Create the Space Drive”. Among the students attending the conference may have been Salvatore Cezar Pais, the inventor of the Navy’s recently submitted anti-gravity ‘UFO’ patents. Many of the concepts in Pais’ patents are similar to those which were researched at Wright-Patterson and other facilities in the 1950s and are still being explored today by academic and independent laboratories such as Lockheed Martin.

• A 2007 private sector publication found a connection between electric and magnetic fields, writing that there is a “possibility to manipulate inertial mass” and potentially “some mechanisms for possible applications to electromagnetic propulsion and the development of advanced space propulsion physics.” A 2010 Air Force-funded study at the University of Florida produced a “wingless electromagnetic air vehicle” with “no moving parts” and “near-instantaneous response time” that “was able to hover a few millimeters above the surface for (about three minutes)”.

• For years, various branches of the Armed Forces have been actively researching metamaterials that can propagate high energy electromagnetic fields. Navy budget documents show that between 2011 and 2016, the Navy conducted research into the “dispersion and control of electromagnetic waves in the microwave region, using fabricated metamaterial structures”. Starting in 2017, the Navy changed its project reporting to make it more difficult to know whether this metamaterial research continues today.

• The long and detailed history of interest by the U.S. military and the scientific community in this exotic field has resulted in significant amounts of research that spans nearly seven decades. All this occurred in spite of the fact that scientists realized as far back as the 1950s that the topic was largely taboo and often scoffed at by the larger scientific community.

• But anyone familiar with military research and development knows that there is a vast trove of projects, associated data, and technologies the public has yet to be shown and may never be shown. As the US Air Forces ‘Project Outgrowth’ document states: “We are just beginning to understand the true nature of space and to attempt to utilize this environment for our propulsion needs. …[N]ot until man truly becomes a creature of space will the restrictions imposed on his imagination be removed and radically new propulsion concepts devised.”

 

Decades-old questions about the potential existence of fantastical anti-gravity propulsion technologies have resurfaced following the Navy’s own disclosure of encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena and our own original reporting on a series of bizarre patents assigned to the U.S. Navy that seem to defy our current understanding of physics and aerospace propulsion. While the discussion continues over whether any such technologies are feasible, the truth is that the theoretical concepts behind them are anything but new. In fact, the U.S. military and the federal government have been formally researching these radical concepts since the 1950s, and according to our own research, those efforts have continued on to this very day.

In our dive into what seems like something of a bottomless rabbit hole of government studies into this exotic scientific realm, we have collected a body of research, news reports, and firsthand accounts. These establish the fact that the types of “anti-gravity”, propellantless propulsion, and mass reduction technologies described in the Navy’s recent “UFO” patents are at least based on more than 60 years of peer-reviewed research conducted and published by the likes of the American Institute of Physics, NASA, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Air Force Research Laboratory.

While we can’t say that any of this research led to actually being able to harness “anti-gravity” or extremely advanced next-generation propulsion technologies to any useful extent, the most advanced laboratories under control of both the armed forces and the academic world have certainly been trying their best to get there for the better part of a century. Also, keep in mind that all of this information comes from unclassified sources, and there is definitely more of it than just what is represented here. We can only wonder how much work has been done in the classified realm on what was once openly considered the next massive revolution in aerospace technology.

The Martin Company’s Early Foray Into Anti-Gravity

In terms of the Air Force’s early anti-gravity research, one intriguing first-hand account comes from Dr. Louis Witten, who was a professor of physics at the University of Cincinnati from 1968 to 1991. Throughout his career, Witten conducted research into gravitation, quantum gravity, and general relativity. The last one of these is the theory first put forward by Albert Einstein that proposes that gravity is essentially a warp or curve in the geometry of space-time caused by mass.

During a roundtable discussion titled “Recollections of the Relativistic Astrophysics Revolution” held at the 27th Texas Symposium on Relativistic Astrophysics in 2013, Witten recounted his own work on what he somewhat puzzlingly refers to as “the discovery of anti-gravity.”

In his portion of the roundtable, Witten recalls being recruited by George S. Trimble, then serving as Vice President for Aviation and Advanced Propulsion Systems at the Glenn L. Martin Company, which evolved first into Martin-Marietta and eventually merged with Lockheed in 1995 to form Lockheed Martin. The project for which Witten was recruited would come to be known as the Research Institute for Advanced Studies (RIAS) and was officially founded in 1955 by George Bunker, president of Martin, with the goal of advancing aerospace science and development.

“The vice president [Trimble] had the wonderful idea which was to develop anti-gravity,” Witten says, noting he immediately balked at the proposal. “When he tried the idea in public, you can imagine the greeting he received from scientists. So he said to himself ‘those poor bastards, I’ll show them.'” Despite his skepticism, Witten ended up accepting Trimble’s offer to join the powerful Martin executive’s pet project.

Throughout his short speech given at the roundtable, Witten says that even though he faced ridicule within the scientific community for his research, there was no shortage of people who would tell him they knew how to achieve anti-gravity.

• A team of venture capitalists, university professors, and military veterans are launching a non-profit project to track UFOs (or the new term UAP – Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon) off the coast of California. Based in Oregon, UAP eXpeditions will provide “the public service of field testing new UAP related technologies.”

• Along with some of the Silicon Valley UFO Hunters, UAP eXpeditions will pioneer the ability to predict, find, observe, and document UAP for study and analysis. Says Kevin Day, the group’s founder and CEO, the company will use “classical observation techniques, by trained observers and scientists, while using the latest experimental technologies—in the right places and the right times.”

• Day is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and radar operator who served on the USS Princeton during the 2004 “Nimitz Tic Tac UFO Incident”. He has also appeared on the History Channel’s Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation and Discovery Channel’s Contact.

• Day recalls tracking the infamous “Tic Tac” UFOs for several days around Catalina Island off the coast of California using the USS Princeton’s advanced radar system. Now, he believes that these objects continue to operate along the same trajectory and “migrate” from Catalina Island (off of LA) south along the California coast to Guadalupe Island (off of the Baja Peninsula of Mexico).

• Day believes that his experience tracking these unidentified objects has given him special abilities such as “advanced cognition”.

• UAP eXpeditions intends to put state-of-the-art cameras, experimental monitoring devices, and other high tech gear into the field and attempt to track unknown aerial objects off the coast of California. This way, the company can “offer technology developers a way to test their new tech at no direct cost to them.”

• Leading the UAP eXpeditions’ team of scientists is Dr. Kevin Knuth, a former scientist with NASA’s Ames Research Center, now an associate professor of physics at the University of Albany specializing in machine learning and the study of exoplanets. Knuth says, “[T]he goal of the expedition is to give us some ground truth. We aim to try to observe these objects directly, and record them using multiple imaging modalities.”

• First, the team “will obtain current satellite imagery of the area and determine whether these anomalous objects can be observed. We will monitor these satellite images both manually and using machine learning and build up a database of detections, classifications, and any observed patterns of activity,” says Knuth. Second, in about a year the team will anchor a large boat off the coast of California loaded with various cameras and sensors to detect and record anomalous aerial activity. If the satellite imagery identifies a cluster of unknown objects, the team will go hunting for UFOs.

• “We plan to have high-quality drones in the air with imaging capabilities. We are looking into IR imaging, as well as detectors for x-ray, gamma-ray and custom-built neutron detectors (which are designed to look for dark matter),” says Knuth. “The key to ensuring consistency is reproducibility and this requires additional study.”

• It is, admittedly, a bit of a wild goose chase and will cost a boatload of cash. While Day’s team is working on grant proposals and potential crowd funding, they know that the vast majority of funding will have to be private. Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur and MIT technologist Rizwan Virk and the Toronto-based CEO of the quantum computing company, ReactiveQ, Deep Prasad have both signed on to help with securing investment for the project.

• Other individuals on the team include Luis Elizondo, former Pentagon staffer who quit his job to hunt UFOs with Tom DeLonge; Sean Cahill, the former Chief Master-at-Arms who served aboard the USS Princeton during the 2004 Nimitz Incident; and optical physicist and UFO researcher Bruce Macabee.

• Knuth states, “The failure to study these (UFO) phenomena scientifically has resulted in a state of ignorance, which is unacceptable.”

 

With this summer’s revelation that the US Navy considers UFOs and “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAPs) to be real, a team of venture capitalists, university professors, and military veterans are launching a project to track UFOs off the coast of California.

Day, who has appeared on the History Channel’s Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation and Discovery Channel’s Contact, is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and radar operator. Day served in the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group on the USS Princeton during the 2004 infamous “Nimitz UFO Incident” which was reported by The New York Times in December of 2017.

•  A paper submitted by Tabitha Boyajian, an astronomer at Yale, to the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (in 2015) described a particular star named KIC 8462852 orbiting only 1,500 light years from Earth. “… KIC 8462852 (aka “Tabby’s Star”), was observed by the Kepler Space Telescope (image above) to undergo irregularly shaped, aperatic dips in flux down to below the twenty percent level.” “We’d never seen anything like this star. It was really weird. (But the data) checked out.”

• The study mostly focused on two interesting anomalies of the star. The first event was recorded between days 788 and 795 of the Kepler mission and showed a single transit causing a star brightness drop-off of 15 percent. The second event was recorded between days 1510 to 1570 and showed a burst of several transits with a brightness dip of up to 22 percent. The transiting objects have to be extremely big.

• Scientists are now trying to point a radio antenna at KIC 8462852 in order to pick up their television shows to solve the riddle. Meanwhile, a second paper is being drafted around the possibility of the light obstruction being caused a colossal artificial device engineered by advanced aliens.

• Considering that our galaxy has existed for more than 13 billion years, it’s not hard to imagine that an alien civilization may be out there, possessing technology that allows them to build megastructures around stars. Jason Wright, a fellow astronomer at Penn State said, “This looked like something you would expect an alien civilization to build.” Researchers are hypothesizing the possibility of a mega-engineered project created by a Type 2 alien civilization on the Kardashev scale. With a vast shell or series of rings surrounding a star, a Dyson sphere-like structure could use all the available energy radiating from a star.

 

Besides Kepler’s ability of finding small, rocky worlds orbiting distant stars, it can also detect different space phenomenon like stellar flares, star spots and dusty planetary rings.

This time however, Kepler detected the signal of a supposed vast artificial structure orbiting a star only 1,500 light years away from Earth.

After finishing all plausible explanations, scientists now believe that this complex structure might be an artificial construction made by an advanced alien civilization way up on the Kardashev scale of comparison.

This megastructure works like a supersized solar array orbiting around its host star, stocking the energy and sending it back to the source. The size of the structure is so grand that it’s blocking a considerable fraction of starlight as it spins around its host.

Normally all the exoplanets discovered by Kepler have a typical planet-shape, meaning they are round. This time however, the telescope detected something that isn’t round and behaves unnatural.

A paper has been submitted to the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society in which a particular star named KIC 8462852 is described.

OVER THE DURATION OF THE KEPLER MISSION, KIC 8462852 WAS OBSERVED TO UNDERGO IRREGULARY SHAPED, APERIODIC DIPS IN FLUX DOWN TO BELOW THE TWENTY PERCENT LEVEL.

• The late 19th century was a time full of new inventions – diesel engines, electric lights, the telephone to name a few. Simple hot-air balloons had been around, but without steering or motorization. Knute Berger, a columnist for Seattle magazine claims in an October issue that a man in Goldendale, Washington built and tested an “airship” in 1895.

• In 1895, E.D. Parrott raised $500,000 to build a flying invention in Goldendale, located on the Oregon border. The craft was small and light, made of aluminum, and had propellers and a four-horsepower engine. In April 1895, Parrott successfully flew the machine 150 feet off the ground in a short circle and landed. When Parrott cancelled a second test flight in July of that year, the newspapers forgot about him. Berger found references to an E.D. Parrott who applied for patents for a propeller and carburetor in the early 1900s, but he was never credited with the first flight of an aircraft.

• Berger says that a year later were reports of cigar-shaped flying aircraft coming from the San Francisco Bay area. Then sightings began to occur all over the northwest, sweeping across the country in 1897, and creating what historians now call the ‘phantom’ or ‘mystery airship phenomenon’. People speculated that these sky objects were new inventions, alien craft from Mars, atmospheric anomalies, or outright hoaxes.

Knute Berger writes in the October issue of the publication that his fascination with the flying saucer phenomenon led him to dig into a much earlier history of UFOs. He says the whole thing started with a UFO sighting at Mt. Rainier in 1947, but he adds signs of it began during the Klondike Gold Rush.

“The late 19th century was a time of great technological change-diesel engines, electric lights, the telephone,” Berger writes. “The newspapers of the time were full of new inventions. In the 1890s, people were also looking to the skies. Hot-air balloons had been around since the late 18th century, but was it possible to build a new generation of airships that would stay aloft, transport people and goods, and be steered and motorized?”

Enter E. D. Parrott, brother of William S. Parrott, a resident of Klickitat County who garnered international fame as an artist, with one of his paintings of Mt. Hood selling in New York City for $10,000. The Parrotts were well established in the county.

Berger says in 1895 E. D. Parrott raised some $500,000 to assemble his flying invention in Goldendale. Regional media reported that a test flight of the machine in April 1895 was successful when it flew 150 feet off the ground in a short circle and landed. The vessel was small and light, made of aluminum, and had propellers and a four-horsepower engine.
A bigger test flight was scheduled for the 4th of July that year, but Parrott backed out of that one. “Like many other inventors and would-be innovators of the period, his name dropped from the news,” Berger writes, “though I have found references to an E.D. Parrott who applied for patents for a propeller and carburetor in the early 1900s. Despite the press story, no E.D. Parrott is credited with the first flight of an airplane or an airship. But Parrott’s claimed work is evidence that our state’s aviation roots go back a long time before Bill Boeing.”

• Kevin Day, now retired, was the US Navy Senior Chief Operations Specialist who served as a radar operator on the USS Princeton, part of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group that encountered the “Tic Tac”-shaped UFO during exercises off of San Diego in November 2004.

• During a recent interview on the “Truth Be Told” podcast (see below for the full interview), Day says that radar detection of the UFO group (the Tic Tac UFO was a part of a group of UFOs flying in formation) was made possible by an upgrade to the warships’ spyware. Day told the Daily Star, “There had been a top-secret upgrade of our system. …They upgraded our cooperative engagement capability and did some tweaking on our spy radar and the way that it all works. I think because of these upgrades we were suddenly able to see things that had always been there.”

• Day hypothesized that the older radar detection systems were simply unable to spot UFOs, which would explain why “everyone is seeing them” now, once the radar upgrade was introduced “fleet-wide.” Day mused that these UFOs might’ve been around for quite some time before the Nimitz incident.

• When the podcast’s host asked Day whether he thinks that the object they encountered back then was an extraterrestrial craft, Day said yes. “This was non-Newtonian, it was non-classical physics we’re seeing so it had to be something,” said Day. “What other explanations are there?”

 

It appears that the infamous encounter of an unidentified “Tic Tac”-shaped object by the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group was made possible due to a certain upgrade introduced to the warships’ spyware, according the recent revelations made by a retired US Navy Senior Chief Operations Specialist named Kevin Day.

During a recent interview on the “Truth Be Told” podcast, Day, who served as a radar operator on the USS Princeton, part of the aforementioned carrier group, mused that UFOs might’ve been around for quite some time before the Nimitz incident, when mankind upped its detection game.

“There had been a top-secret upgrade of our system that had gotten underway”, he said as quoted by the Daily Star.
“They upgraded our cooperative engagement capability and did some tweaking on our spy radar and the way that it all works. I think because of these upgrades we were suddenly able to see things that had always been there.”

Day also remarked that the hypothesis about the older detection systems simply being unable to spot UFOs might explain why “everyone is seeing them” now, after the radar upgrade in question was introduced “fleet-wide.”

And when the host asked him whether he thinks that the object they encountered back then was an extraterrestrial craft, Day said yes.

NAZCA 3-FINGER MUMMIES: The Saga Continues – News after October 20, 2019

OCTOBER 20, 2019. A national or public university in Peru has taken custody of some of the three-finger Palpa-Nazca “mummies” and promises not only to eventually exhibit them to the public but to promote their RESEARCH, open to adequate, honest and accredited national and international scientists.

This University is the “Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga”  (abbreviated as “UNICA” and colloquially known as “Universidad de Ica” because it is located in the Department of Ica, a region where the Nazca Geoglyphs, the Palpa Geoglyphs, the Paracas skulls, the Chincha Culture and other archeological remnants are located).

In spite of opposition from some archaeologists and media reporters, who even went to this university to prevent such a decision, this university has opted for the scientifically correct path. The Vice-Rector of research Dr. Martin Alarcón wants to investigate. This is the correct scientific attitude.

On November 6th, 2019 there will be a press conference to officially announce this decision by the university.

Mr. Jaime Maussan and Peruvian reporter Jois Mantilla (perhaps the only major Peruvian reporter covering this important development) declare that GAIA TV will not control the research process.

According to biologist José de la Cruz Ríos López, new tomographies have confirmed the presence of internal organs and Inkari Institute lead by Thierry Jamin sent teguments and bones to an institute in Paris.  Spectrometry was conducted revealing tissue that once belonged to living beings showing a natural biochemistry instead of any evidence that the bodies studied in France had been artificially assembled with modern substances. The analysis liberated water showing that there still was some natural fat content.

Mr. Jaime Maussan invites once again the participation of skeptical scientists and even the scientists that rejected the possible findings and investigations from the start. Quite likely, Dr. Konstantin Korotkov from Russia (said to have clear images of embryos inside eggs in one of the specimens) will come to Perú to participate along with other Russian scientists.

Further News: The New GEOGLYPH

Recently the discovery of a large three-finger geoglyph in the Atacama Desert in Chile, has taken place. It seems to depict one of the smaller (60cm long) three-finger “mummies” found in the Palpa – Nazca area. I learned about this news in the beginning of October, 2019. To me, it looks genuine but – of course – experts should study it. The geoglyph also has a sphere above the left shoulder.

“A Tridactyle Geoglyph (25 meters length approx.) was found in the north of Chile, which represents a humanoid being with three fingers very similar to the so-called “Mummies of Nasca”. The presence of this geoglyph adds to the long list of archaeological evidence that supports the existence of these beings on the South American coast. Similar representations have been previously found in cave paintings, ceramics, looms and petroglyphs from different Peruvian cultures. There was an irregular, sudden incursion of archaeologists associated with the Ministry of Culture and local representatives of this ministry accompanied by 8 policemen trying to have access to the room where the mummies are being kept inside the university. They wanted to confiscate the 3-finger Nazca bodies (including the large mummy “María”) but could not because the person with the keys was not available. This move may have been illegal because there was no previous notification and the university has its own autonomy and rights.

The people doing this give the public impression that they want to do it because they are sure that the case of the three-finger mummies involves the illicit use of prehispanic bodies and animals. But the other impression which they give is that they do not want to give an opportunity for a scientific institution to conduct formal, careful research in Perú. Is it prejudice? A lack of mental flexibility? A defense of what they believe is the spoilage of national heritage to commit fraud? Or is it jealousy that they didn’t make the discovery under conventional circumstances? All of the above?

Since the beginning, the Ministry of Culture and associated scientists were invited in person and in writing many times when the three-finger bodies came to light but they either didn’t reply or were convinced from the beginning that the bodies were fake. Most of their objections have been answered by the scientists that (unlike them) studied the most important samples up close.

The individuals trying to take the specimens away may return to the university during the weekend or on Monday 28 in order to try to confiscate the remains.

Major local news services tend to side with the conventional position and do not seem to understand the importance of what such a discovery may be or to care about it besides their need to occasionally cover the news for ratings. The skeptic side seems to get more air time repeatedly.

Reporter Jois Mantilla is one of the few reporters that cares and is trying to do something about this. Other scientists quietly researching the “mummies” (even if convinced that at least some mummies can be genuine) still do not want their names to be known. New genetic results and other new results (due to tests performed after the person who found the bodies surrendered them to the university) were going to be revealed. I hope that they are revealed ASAP to show that confiscating the bodies would be a big mistake.

• Swiss scientists Michel Mayor (pictured above) and Didier Queloz were recently awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics for their research refining techniques to detect exoplanets. When asked about the possibility of humans moving to other planets, Mayor told Agence France-Presse Madrid, “If we are talking about exoplanets, things should be clear: we will not migrate there.”

• Mayor reasons that humans will never migrate to a planet outside of Earth’s solar system because it would take far too long to get there. Says Mayor, “These planets are much, much too far away. Even in the very optimistic case of …few dozen light years, which is not a lot …the time to go there is considerable… using the means we have available today.”

• “It’s completely crazy,” the 77-year-old Nobel laureate said. We will not be going to another “liveable planet if one day life is not possible on earth.” “We must take care of our planet. It is very beautiful and still absolutely liveable.”

• Using custom-made instruments at their observatory in southern France, in October 1995 Mayor and Queloz discovered the first exoplanet outside Earth’s solar system. It started a revolution in astronomy. Since then over 4,000 exoplanets have been found in our home galaxy. Humans will never migrate to a planet outside of Earth’s solar system because it would take far too long to get there, Swiss Nobel laureate Michel Mayor said Wednesday.

Mayor and his colleague Didier Queloz were on Tuesday awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics for their research refining techniques to detect so-called exoplanets.

“If we are talking about exoplanets, things should be clear: we will not migrate there,” Mayor told AFP near Madrid on the sidelines of a conference when asked about the possibility of humans moving to other planets.

“These planets are much, much too far away. Even in the very optimistic case of a livable planet that is not too far, say a few dozen light years, which is not a lot, it’s in the neighbourhood, the time to go there is considerable,” he added.

“We are talking about hundreds of millions of days using the means we have available today. We must take care of our planet, it is very beautiful and still absolutely liveable.”

The 77-year-old said he felt the need to “kill all the statements that say ‘OK, we will go to a liveable planet if one day life is not possible on earth’.”

“It’s completely crazy,” he added.

• International security experts Elsa Kania and Wilson VornDick say that China is developing biological weaponry, including bionic robotics, intelligentised exoskeletons and gene-edited soldiers as part of its long-term military strategy. In their ‘China Brief Volume’, Kania and VornDick write: “While the potential leveraging of CRISPR (gene editing) to increase human capabilities on the future battlefield remains only a hypothetical possibility at the present, there are indications that Chinese military researchers are starting to explore its potential.”

• Kania and VornDick say that China is harnessing many aspects of biotechnology as part of a multi-disciplinary project, “combining industry, academic institutions, and military programmes.” The concept of a national effort to command dominance and superiority in biology in China is known as ‘zhishengquan’. This vision is “starting to become more prevalent in writings on future warfare of varying degrees of authoritativeness.” A key focus is the development of ‘brain-machine interfaces’ which may one day allow human’s to control weapons through the power of thought.

• There is speculation that gene editing is being used in China as part of a state sponsored exercise to enhance cognitive abilities of animals. China is also gene-editing animals to grow human-like organs, possibly creating an organ harvesting industry. Kania and VornDick claim that Chinese police have already used gene therapies to create “highly muscular dogs for use in policing” which “illustrates the potential for gene-edited animals to contribute to state coercion.” A dead cat was also cloned for a distraught pet owner willing to pay a huge sum. Monkey-human clones are also reportedly being researched in China.

• In a press release on October 17th, Tom Delonge’s ‘To the Stars Academy’ (or “TTSA”) announced a cooperative research deal with the US Army. They plan to combine their resources in researching metamaterials and other high technology fields that border on the realm of science fiction. It is called the ‘Cooperative Research and Development Agreement’ or “CRADA” and ultimately falls under the Army’s ‘Futures Command’. It will be handled through the ‘Ground Vehicle System Center’ in Warren, Michigan.

• The Army’s Deputy Product Manager for Science and Technology at the Army’s Ground Vehicle Systems Center, Dr. Joseph Cannon said, “Our partnership with TTSA serves as an exciting, non-traditional source for novel materials and transformational technologies to enhance our military ground system capabilities.” “[W]e look forward to this partnership and the potential technical innovations forthcoming.” More specifically, the Army is interested in cutting-edge developments in material science such as active camouflage, space-time metric engineering, quantum physics, and beamed energy propulsion.

• The press release mentions “novel materials” possessed by TTSA that could refer to certain ‘metamaterials’ – i.e.: engineered composites that have structural and conductive properties alien to this planet. In a 2018 SEC filing, TTSA reported paying EarthTech International, Inc. $25,000 on a “beamed energy propulsion launch system” and $35,000 for a “material analysis” program which included the “scientific evaluation of materials samples the company obtained through reliable reports of advanced aerospace vehicles of unknown origin.”

• In July 2019, TTSA announced that it had acquired metamaterials as part of its Acquisition and Data Analysis of Materials program, or ADAM. They claim that these metamaterials of unknown origin have been floating around the UFO community for years. The were originally given to paranormal radio host Art Bell, who gave them to Linda Moulton Howe, who passed them along to Tom DeLonge, who sold them to TTSA for $35,000. Earlier this month, TTSA official Luis Elizondo told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson that the organization was already conducting tests on these objects.

• It is unclear whether TTSA has actually developed any advanced technology from its research to date, but they do have the resources at their disposal to make the US Army take them seriously. Chief Operating Officer Steve Justice, who is coordinating the effort between TTSA, the Army, and EarthTech International, had previously worked at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works research facility. EarthTech’s founder and President is Hal Puthoff, Ph.D, who is also TTSA’s Vice President of Science & Technology. Puthoff worked for the CIA and the DIA on paranormal research including remote viewing, and has studied UFOs, extraterrestrials, and the Skinwalker Ranch.

• Former Skinwalker Ranch owner and billionaire, Robert Bigelow of Bigelow Aerospace has also been affiliated with TTSA since the days of working with Luis Elizondo under the Pentagon’s ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ UFO study project and its’ predecessor, the DIA’s ‘Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications’ program. Bigelow is renowned for his interest in UFOs and paranormal phenomena. Under these programs, Bigelow hired Puthoff and Eric Davis, Ph.D. of EarthTech International to author research reports on advanced technology, including virtually all of the topics mentioned in the TTSA press release regarding CRADA. Mainstream scientists have deemed these advanced technologies as “junk science”.

• Under this ‘Cooperative Research and Development Agreement’ no money is exchanged between the Army and TTSA. And there will likely be no end product. The research will only yield studies and reports. So what does DeLonge and his curious group of decorated insiders from the military-industrial complex and the intelligence services expect to get from this partnership? TTSA’s COO Steve Justice said, “While the Army has specific military performance interests in the research, much of the work is expected to have dual-use application in support of TTSA’s path to commercialization and public benefit mission.” TTSA bills itself as a “revolutionary collaboration between academia, industry and pop culture to advance society’s understanding of scientific phenomena and its technological implications.” This collaboration certainly raises the profile of TTSA which is at the center of a History Channel series on UFOs and has recently announced a new round of stock offers worth up to $30 million. But the Academy’s Entertainment Division is also poised to exploit the potential commercial value of any technology breakthroughs.

 

The U.S. Army has confirmed that it has signed a cooperative research deal with former Blink 182 frontman Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science, more commonly known as TTSA. Far better known for its activities investigating reports and sightings of UFOs, which are increasingly referred to as unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAPs, this new agreement covers research into metamaterials and other high technology fields that border on the realm of science fiction.

The public affairs office at CCDC’s Ground Vehicle System Center (GVSC), situated at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, Michigan, subsequently confirmed to The War Zone that this CRADA exists and that it will be responsible for executing it.

CRADAs are unlike typical contracts and “no money exchanging hands at all” between the Army and TTSA under this present agreement, a public affairs officer at the GVSC told The War Zone. There is also “no articulated deliverable” and if a product comes out of this process, it will most likely be a written study or another similar type of report.

The ostensible goal is for Army researchers to work directly with individuals from TTSA in exploring various high technology developments, sharing resources, and any results. “TTSA’s technology solutions, which leverage developments in material science, space-time metric engineering, quantum physics, beamed energy propulsion, and active camouflage, have the potential to enhance survivability and effectiveness of multiple Army systems,” TTSA’s own press release says.

TTSA bills itself as a “revolutionary collaboration between academia, industry and pop culture to advance society’s understanding of scientific phenomena and its technological implications.” It also has an Entertainment Division that publishes works of fiction about UFOs and the paranormal, serves as the holder of intellectual property rights related to DeLonge’s new band, Angels & Airwaves, and is responsible for merchandising associated with all of these enterprises. The actual origins of the organization are murky, to say the least.

“Our partnership with TTSA serves as an exciting, non-traditional source for novel materials and transformational technologies to enhance our military ground system capabilities,” Dr. Joseph Cannon, the Deputy Product Manager for Science and Technology in the Vehicle Protection Systems division of GVSC, said in a statement. “At the Army’s Ground Vehicle Systems Center, we look forward to this partnership and the potential technical innovations forthcoming.”

This reference to “novel materials” strongly suggests that at least part of the CRADA is concerned with metamaterials. This term refers to engineered composites that have properties that do not appear in nature. It is the structure of these new materials, more than their composition that gives them these attributes, including the ability to have unique impacts on electromagnetic waves.

• On October 8th, the Nobel Prize in physics was awarded jointly to James Peebles of Princeton University who theorized the existence of ‘dark matter’ and ‘dark energy’ to explain what makes up the 95 percent of the universe that we do not yet understand, and Michel Mayor along with Didier Queloz of the University of Geneva who in 1995 discovered the first extra-solar ‘exoplanet’ orbiting around a sun-like star.

• When astronomers stumbled upon a cosmic radiation that suffuses throughout space, fifty years ago, it provided a road map of the history of the universe since the “Big Bang”. In short, in one-millionth of a second, “lumps” of matter were created which would evolve into galaxies.

• Crediting the research of his contemporary Soviet astronomers in the 1960s, Peebles theorized that something must exist – an invisible force – that drives the expansion of the universe while holding the galaxies together. Yet everything ever detected by a scientific instrument and everything that has yet to be found makes up only 5 percent of the universe. Thus dark matter/dark energy was born to fill the void. However some argue that it was Carnegie Institution astronomer Vera Rubin who proved the existence of dark matter but was never credited with an award.

• Mayor and Queloz are credited with finding the first exoplanet outside of our solar system in 1995. They did this by measuring the wobble in a distant star by the shifts in light it emitted. From this they could determine the size and distance of a companion planet, both orbiting a common center of mass. The planet they found, dubbed 51 Pegasi b, is large, gaseous and hot like Jupiter, but is so close to its star that it takes just four days to complete an orbit. Queloz was a graduate student working with Mayor, a Professor Emeritus.

• “New science is very rarely done by just one person … and there were a lot people who made important contributions before and since then,” said Johanna Teske, an exoplanet astronomer at Carnegie Observatories. But Mayor and Queloz’s discovery “was really a turning point for the field.” Once the method was devised, astronomers across the globe were looking for the telltale wobble of a planet-hosting sun. Over 4,000 exoplanets have been found to date.

• Nobel Committee member Ulf Danielsson noted that ‘somewhere in the vast and inscrutable universe, on one of those strange and distant worlds, it’s possible that some other form of life exists’. “Our view of our place in the universe will never be the same again.” It might take years, or centuries, or even millennia, Danielsson said. But he holds out hope that one day humanity will find evidence that we are not alone.

Fellow laureates Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz of the University of Geneva revolutionized astronomy, the Nobel Committee said, when in 1995 they announced the discovery of a large, gaseous world circling a star 50 light-years from our sun — the first extrasolar planet found around a sun-like star. In the decades since, scientists have detected thousands more of these exoplanets, and astronomers now think our universe contains more planets than stars.

“This year’s Nobel laureates in physics have painted a picture of a universe far stranger and more wonderful than we ever could have imagined,” Ulf Danielsson, a Nobel Committee member, said at a news conference Tuesday. “Our view of our place in the universe will never be the same again.”

For almost a century, scientists have theorized that the universe began with a big bang, growing from a hot, dense particle soup into the current collection of dust, stars and galaxies flung across a vast and still-expanding space. Fifty years ago, a pair of radio astronomers stumbled upon the signature of those earliest days of expansion: the cosmic microwave background, a faint form of radiation that suffuses the entire sky.

This radiation is a “gold mine” for physicists, the Nobel Committee said. By analyzing tiny variations in this ancient afterglow, scientists can peer back in time to understand how the universe evolved. Peebles studied the temperature of the cosmic microwave background to understand the matter that was created in the big bang.

“It was, conceptually, a door-opening event,” said observational cosmologist Sandra Faber, a staff member at University of California Observatories. “It showed that known laws of physics could explain the universe when it was only 100 seconds old. Isn’t that amazing?”

US Navy Patent for Nuclear Fusion Reactor Supports claims of Mile-Long Space Carriers

The US Navy has authorized the publication of a patent for a nuclear fusion reactor that can both generate enormous quantities of power and yet be small enough to be fitted on mobile platforms, including spacecraft. The patent’s publication supports Whistleblower/Insider claims of mile (1.6 kilometers) long space carriers that have been secretly built and deployed by the Navy since the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The patent application for a “Plasma Compression Fusion Device” was just published on September 26 after being lodged on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy back on March 22, 2019. The inventor is Dr. Salvator Pais, who works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and has previously lodged other patents on behalf of the Navy concerning a hybrid air, water, and space vehicle propelled and protected by electromagnetic fields.

In the patent description, Dr. Pais explains how his nuclear fusion device differs from similar devices under development:

At present there are few envisioned fusion reactors/devices that come in a small, compact package (ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters in diameter) and typically they use different versions of plasma magnetic confinement. Three such devices are the Lockheed Martin (LM) Skunk Works Compact Fusion Reactor (LM-CFR), the EMC2 Polywell fusion concept, and the Princeton Field-Reversed Configuration (PFRC) machine. […] These devices feature short plasma confinement times, possible plasma instabilities with the scaling of size, and it is questionable whether they have the ability of achieving the break-even fusion condition, let alone a self-sustained plasma burn leading to ignition.

Ignition is the point at which the nuclear fusion process begins generating electrical power in a self-sustaining way through the superheated plasma. Dr. Pais further explains how his device will use electromagnetic fields to ignite the nuclear fusion process:

The plasma compression fusion device utilizes controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration-deceleration-acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields. These fields not only confine the plasma core but also greatly compress it (by inducing a high energy negative potential well) so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition.

The amount of power that could be generated is explained by Brett Tingley and Tyler Rogoway, aerospace researchers at The Drive:

It is claimed in the patent application that this plasma compression fusion device is capable of producing power in the gigawatt (1 billion watts) to terawatt (1 trillion watts) range and above with input power only in the kilowatt (1,000 watts) to megawatt (1,000,000 watts) range. By comparison, America’s largest nuclear power plant, the Palo Verde nuclear power plant in Arizona, generates around 4,000 megawatts (4 gigawatts), and the A1B nuclear reactors designed for the Navy’s Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers generate around 700 megawatts.

Pais’ description makes clear that the nuclear fusion reactor is the power supply for several innovative patent devices that would go into the Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft (HAUC) the patent for which was awarded on December 4, 2018.  The HAUC, as previously described, would generate a quantum vacuum field outside the hull, removing all air, water, or other molecules, thereby enabling the craft to rapidly move through the atmosphere, ocean, and space without meeting any resistance.

Remarkably, the HAUC was awarded after the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, intervened in an appeal against a rejection by the patent examiner who viewed the HAUC device as not scientifically feasible due to the need for an extraordinarily high power supply that produces “more electricity than what is produced by nuclear reactors”.

The examiner was referring to “nuclear fission” reactors used by the Navy in its aircraft carrier and submarine fleets, and pointing out that these would not be enough to meet the energy needs of the HAUC.

The nuclear fusion reactor device described in the latest patent application provides an explanation for what would power the HAUC and generate the quantum vacuum around it.

The other patent devices for the operation of HAUC include the “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(HFGWG) that would provide the craft’s propulsion system by creating gravity waves that would create a surf-ride effect.

Another patent is the “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (EFG) that would generate an electromagnetic shield to protect the craft from missile attacks, Coronal Mass Ejections, and space debris. Importantly, both the HFGWG and EFG would be powered by the nuclear fusion reactor.

Yet another patent is the “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” which can store enormous quantities of electrical energy. This “room temperature superconductor” is what would ultimately store the electrical power produced by the nuclear fusion reactor. The superconductor would also enable the HAUC and other mobile platforms to operate for extended periods if the nuclear fusion reactor went offline, and a back-up power supply had to be used.

For a second time, the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Dr. Sheehy intervened in support of Dr. Pais when a second patent examiner rejected the room temperature superconductor as scientifically unfeasible. Dr. Sheehy’s letter explained why the superconductor “is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application”.

Tingley and Rogoway have extensively covered previous patents granted to Dr. Pais and the controversy over the Navy’s extraordinary interventions in support of his inventions widely regarded by open-source scientists as outlandish.

Tingley and Rogoway speculate on possible explanations for why the Navy has been doing this:

[I]s the Navy building some sort of incredible craft based on science that remains foreign to the larger scientific community? Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now? Are they clumsily trying to emulate what their pilots are seeing in the field, but can not yet fully explain? Could these patents just represent gross mismanagement of resources on the Navy’s behalf? Or is this all some sort of elaborate disinformation play by the Navy—one that seems to have emerged right in step the rise of major peer-state competition from the likes of Russia and China, and the biggest expansion of advanced aerospace development programs in decades?

Tingley and Rogoway’s question, “Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now?” takes us directly to the eyewitness testimony of whistleblowers and insiders who claim to have worked on kilometers-long space carriers secretly designed and deployed by the US Navy in the 1970s and 1980s.

William Tompkins’ testimony, in particular, stands out since he claims he designed kilometers long cigar-shaped space carriers while employed at a secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft Company and other leading aerospace corporations from the  1950s to 1970s. What gives Tompkins’ testimony great weight is that he worked directly under Dr. Wolfgang Klemperer, the former chief designer for the US Navy’s flying aircraft carriers, the USS Akron and Macon, built and deployed in the 1930s by the Goodyear-Zeppelin corporation, where he worked at up to 1936.

Importantly, Tompkins claims that before the deployment of these kilometers-long space carriers in the early 1980s, the Navy retrofitted nuclear (fission) powered submarines as prototype spacecraft in the late 1970s. I recently interviewed a chemical engineer, who is still working in the industry and has chosen to remain anonymous, who says he served on a retrofitted nuclear submarine deployed into space in 1979.

If retrofitted nuclear submarines and kilometers-long cigar-shaped space carriers were secretly deployed by the Navy in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Tompkins claimed, then the power supply needed to lift and propel such craft into Earth orbit would vastly exceed that used by nuclear fission reactors.

As Tingley and Rogoway point out, the nuclear fission reactors in the modern Gerald Ford-class aircraft carriers generate 0.7 gigawatts. This pales in comparison to Pais’s nuclear fusion reactor that can generate up to 1000 gigawatts. A retrofitted nuclear fusion-powered submarine or kilometers-long space carrier could consequently generate sufficient electrical power for the electromagnetic propulsions systems incorporated into these crafts, similar to what Pais proposed for the HAUC.

The US Navy’s publication of a patent application for a nuclear fusion reactor appears to be part of a disclosure process designed to get the aerospace industry and general public ready for future announcements of secret space programs. It’s worth emphasizing that Tompkins and others claims that retrofitted submarines and space carriers were deployed in the 1970s/1980s, is directly supported by the Navy’s acknowledgement that nuclear fusion engines necessary for achieving such a stupendous feat, is a viable technology.

Consequently, the nuclear fusion reactors used in the Navy’s secret space program are over four decades old, which provides a compelling reason for why the Navy is allowing the release of these technologies now.

Critically, by patenting the nuclear fusion reactor and the other revolutionary electromagnetic propulsion technologies released by Pais, the Navy would not only save funds that it would otherwise have to pay companies for the use of such technologies, but also potentially raise enormous revenue in the future to fund its secret space program for decades to come. The Navy’s release of the nuclear fusion reactor patent is an extraordinary event that can revolutionize the aerospace industry and our planet very quickly with cheap and virtually unlimited electrical power.

• Tom DeLonge’s “To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences” team has been dropping hints that they have acquired “exotic material” from what could be an alien spacecraft.

• The TTSA team most famously helped released classified footage of UFOs recorded by American pilots that were confirmed as real by the US Navy earlier this month. When a New York Times reporter recently asked whether the team had obtained “exotic material samples from UFOs,” the spokesperson responded: “Certainly.” It’s not entirely clear what “material” they were talking about, nor have they provided proof to back up this claim.

• Luis Elizondo, director of global security and special programs for “To The Stars”, told the Times, “What we have been doing is trying to find the most qualified individuals at the most respectable institutions to conduct scientific analysis.” “That scientific analysis includes physical analysis, it includes molecular and chemical analysis and ultimately it includes nuclear analysis.”

• In July, the “To The Stars” Twitter account wrote that researchers had acquired “potentially exotic materials featuring properties not from any known existing military or commercial application.”

• Elizondo said, “The last thing we want to do is jump to any conclusions, prematurely. Ultimately, the data is going to decide what something is or what something isn’t.”

• According to its website, the ‘To The Stars Academy’ is a “collaboration between academia, industry and pop culture to advance society’s understanding of scientific phenomena and its technological implications.”

 

A band of alien hunters led by an ex-punk rocker claim they’ve found evidence of UFOs.

The U.S. organization, bankrolled by former Blink-182 singer Tom DeLonge, says it’s acquired “exotic material” from what could be an alien spacecraft.

DeLonge, from California, co-founded the group To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences in 2017 with the goal of researching extraterrestrials.

The team most famously turfed up classified footage of UFOs recorded by American pilots that were confirmed as real by the US Navy earlier this month.

                      ‘exotic material’

Speaking to the New York Times, a spokesperson for the group gave a tantalizing tease of its next big scoop.

A reporter asked whether the team had obtained “exotic material samples from UFOs.”

The spokesperson responded: “Certainly.”

No further details were given, so it’s not entirely clear what “material” they were talking about.

• In 1992, I (De Gourdon) was in Moscow discussing the economic disarray after the dismemberment of the Soviet Union with the Deputy Chairman of the KGB and a military intelligence general. The KGB boss said, “[T]he Americans are trying to take away the most valuable inventions. Our country must be reorganised to protect itself.” “Our best scientists and engineers are leaving because we cannot pay them.”

• I brought up the secret Blue Files. The KGB boss remarked, “The Blue Files are our equivalent of the US Blue Book.” Over the years I had learnt about the extensive work that American scientists had done to reverse-engineer downed interstellar craft, which have been observed for centuries, if not millennia. In a conversation with the director of the Strategic Defense Initiative in 1987, he conceded that Ronald Reagan’s ‘Star Wars’ project was mainly a cover for an ongoing multi-national endeavor to build a space shield, intended to protect mankind from a feared invasion by highly advanced organizations operating in outer space.

• Ten years later I was able to connect the dots with the publishing of the book: The Day After Roswell by Colonel Philip Corso, which related how an undisclosed array of military satellites equipped with weapons capable of hitting incoming targets from outside the atmosphere had been deployed. We needed a protective system from alien forces more than arms to fight each other. This protective system was set up in the greatest secrecy through a panoply of “black” programs consuming untold billions of dollars. All those without a need to know would be kept in the dark. Too much was at stake.

• Back in 1954, President Eisenhower had met with a team of extraterrestrial envoys and entered a treaty for technology transfers, reportedly to fend off other dangerous and predatory species from outer space. To facilitate this transfer, “sanctuaries” had been allocated for those extraterrestrial guests to reside and operate away from prying eyes. The ETs would make subtle neural and genetic modifications in certain humans in order to make them intellectually capable of working in an expanded technological reality. The U.S., Russia, Canada and Australia among others had set aside vast, inaccessible areas where closed communities of technicians worked under the strictest protocols, and where national laws did not apply.

• In the beginning, these sanctuary communities experienced an ‘incubation period’. The UFO issue went underground, beneath a cloak of official denial and censorship. But it was promised that, once this new knowledge burst out, progress would become ‘exponential’. This occurred at the end of the 20th century with multiple validations and confirmations as pertinent documents were gradually declassified or leaked.

• Human evolution has gone at an arithmetic pace over the last few centuries. Soon it will become a geometric progression. We will discover travel at the speed of light, how to increase our lifespan and eradicate disease, and how to accumulate knowledge endlessly with the aid of cyber-electronics. Our brains and senses will merge with information networks. Computers and robots will harness the laws of quantic physics and will no longer be assembled, but grown like biological beings. We will create things out of subquantic stuff with plasma waveguides and machines of the size of atomic particles.”

• Military officers and civilians in positions of authority told De Gourdon during the 1980s and 1990s: “We will cease to be humans; we know that is possible because those we are following are already there. They move in unified field space-time in their subtle bodies and vehicles which they can materialize or tele-transport at will and they visit the past and the future like pages of a book opened at leisure without any particular order.” We now can see this transhumanist process at work. Yet it carries the gravest threats to our survival.

• Electromagnetic pulse and zero-point energy, warp drive propulsion, quantum radars and communication systems, gravito-magnetic engines, 3D printing, Artificial Intelligence, molecular and atomic machines, the interplanetary Internet of Things—all have obvious and terrifying applications for warfare. Their development is driven by defense labs and then quietly outsourced to military-industrial corporations. New companies are hatched out of Silicon Valley garages when algorithms and formulas come into the hands of whiz-kid entrepreneurs discreetly funded by government-related “angel investors”.

• In a leaked correspondence from former Apollo astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell to John Podesta, the special adviser to President Barack Obama in the summer of 2014, Mitchell relates: “Five decades of UFO information have dramatically shifted the public awareness of an extraterrestrial presence. And yet, our government is still operating from outdated beliefs and policies.” “Three disclosure issues are prominent: 1) planet sustainability via next generation energies such as zero point energy, 2) galactic travel and research undertaken as an advanced species aware of the extraterrestrial presence, not as uninformed explorers who revert to colonialism and destruction, and 3) the example of a confident, engaged government who respectfully regards the wisdom and intellect of its citizens as we move into space.”

• Still, only a fraction of the cosmic disclosure iceberg has yet emerged out of the dark ocean of official secrecy.

On a grey spring afternoon of 1992, I was in a restaurant near the Lubyanka in Moscow. Across from me were the Deputy Chairman of the KGB (6th Directorate) and a General from the GRU. Those were gloomy days in Russia, an economic disarray after the dismemberment of the Soviet Union.

My hosts, like several other officials, were working to find solutions to the crisis. Investments from abroad were sought in many sectors, including secretive high tech industries related to space, psychic research and warfare, but the KGB boss made his views clear: “We could go into joint ventures with other nations on certain projects,” he said, “but the Americans are trying to take away the most valuable inventions. Our country must be reorganised to protect itself. We are being ruined and will become a Third World nation otherwise. Our best scientists and engineers are leaving because we cannot pay them.”

In the United States in previous years, I had noticed the frequent arrivals of Soviet scientific teams into American universities. The visitors worked in frontier areas of research. In Moscow, I had been taken to some laboratories and given cryptic briefings on esoteric projects: parapsychology, bio-electromagnetics, plasma and lasers. However, I went to the point and I brought up the Blue Files. The two officials remained impassive, but they did not draw the curtain as I suspected they might.

“The Blue Files are our equivalent of the US Blue Book,” the KGB Deputy Chairman said matter-of-factly. “For decades we collaborated with certain NATO states on many aspects of our investigations. Now that we are down, the US wants to leave us far behind but we will keep our aces.”

I had learnt a lot over the years in America about the extensive work done to reverse-engineer awe-inspiring, exotic technologies retrieved from downed interstellar craft that are frequently tracked in the sky or spotted when they land. They have been observed for centuries, if not millennia. During a conversation held in 1987 in Boulder, Colorado the director of the Strategic Defense Initiative had conceded that Ronald Reagan’s controversial Star Wars project was mainly a cover for an ongoing multi-national endeavour to build a space shield, intended to protect mankind from a feared invasion by highly advanced organisations operating in outer space.

Ten years later in 1997, the “Holy Grail” appeared when Colonel Philip Corso’s book, The Day after Roswell was published. Corso, a veteran of the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Security Council, disclosed many secrets and connected the dots. I then understood better why an undisclosed array of military satellites equipped with weapons capable of hitting incoming targets from outside the atmosphere had been deployed. The superpowers had concluded that we needed a protective system from alien forces more than arms to fight each other, although the former did not exclude the latter.

• During a recent tech conference, (the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai), Tesla and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk addressed a few questions about the future of mankind.

• With regard to speculation about the US Government being in contact with extraterrestrials and covering up their existence from the public, Musk said: “There are people out there who think we have found aliens. Trust me, I would know. We have not.” Just how would Musk know all that the US government knows? By launching payloads into space for NASA and the military via rocket technology? Given his predilection for Twitter and social media rants, why would top government officials reveal anything to Musk?

• The tech mogul also made fun of the military/CIA base in Nevada known as Area 51. Said Musk, “People ask me if I have been to Area 51. Ok, please. SpaceX actually has area 59 and it’s eight better than area 51.”

• Musk was vocal about the importance of exploratory missions to Mars, particularly if something were to happen to the Earth. We only have a limited window of technological supremacy before a natural or man-made catastrophe renders humanity stranded on this planet. We need to make an effort to expand the human presence to planets beyond the Earth, and we have little time to waste. Otherwise, humanity could become just a ‘footnote in cosmic history’.

• [Editor’s Note]   It appears that Elon Musk’s job is to toe the Deep State line that extraterrestrials do not exist, that Area 51 is unimportant, and that rocket propulsion is the extent of our current technology. He then throws in a bit of fear mongering that humanity could be doomed if we don’t advance the human presence beyond the Earth. All of this proves without a doubt that the South African billionaire is a Deep State asset. Musk certainly has the resources to learn the truth: that the cosmos is teeming with an infinite variety of extraterrestrial life, much of it far superior to humans in technology and spiritual consciousness; that Area 51 is a major focal point for research in extraterrestrial physiology and technology; and that there is an elite human “breakaway civilization” that has not only harnessed but currently employs propulsion technologies far in advance of combustion.  Their secret space programs have already extensively established off-planet operations centers, military bases, and civilian work colonies on the Moon, Mars, and throughout the solar system – and even beyond our star system far into the galaxy. Musk certainly knows all of this. So he is either complicit with the Deep State puppet masters, or he has been brain-washed to lie to the public. Was this the price he had to pay to get the NASA/military contracts to transport payloads into space, in order to save his foundering Tesla corporation?

 

What does Tesla and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk know that he’s not telling the rest of us? Perhaps a lot. Maybe nothing. I don’t know, but during a recent tech conference, Musk addressed a few questions about the future of mankind, space travel and “dem aliens” that left people in the audience scratching their heads. First of all, is the U.S. Government hiding information about extraterrestrial species from the public? Nope. He also dissed Area 51, but I’m pretty sure that part was just a joke. (Express.co.uk)

What exactly is going on here? I’m really hoping this wasn’t another example of him, er… “indulging” himself as he did on Joe Rogan’s show before taking the stage. But let’s give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he’s not.

If Musk can state definitively that our government doesn’t have any additional information about possible extraterrestrials visiting the Earth, how would he have come by this information? Granted, he’s done a lot of work with NASA over the past decade and I’m fairly sure he’s even launched a few payloads for our military. But that doesn’t mean that they would spill the beans on absolutely everything to him.
