Age Reversal Experiment Validates Secret Space Program Insiders

A clinical study which had the effect of reverse aging nine human subjects has been announced in a news article by the prestigious science journal Nature. The result of the study provides stunning corroboration of the testimonies of multiple insiders who claim that they were age-regressed after completing 20-year tour of duties in secret space programs.

The study involved a cocktail of drugs used on nine participants, as explained in the Nature news article authored by Alison Abbot on September 5:

For one year, nine healthy volunteers took a cocktail of three common drugs — growth hormone and two diabetes medications — and on average shed 2.5 years of their biological ages, measured by analysing marks on a person’s genomes. The participants’ immune systems also showed signs of rejuvenation.

The results of the cocktail of common drugs allegedly came as a surprise:

“I’d expected to see slowing down of the clock, but not a reversal,” says geneticist Steve Horvath at the University of California, Los Angeles, who conducted the epigenetic analysis. “That felt kind of futuristic.” The findings were published on 5 September in Aging Cell.

Horvath is cited in the Nature article describing the robust results indicating age reversal had in fact taken place:

Horvath used four different epigenetic clocks to assess each patient’s biological age, and he found significant reversal for each trial participant in all of the tests. “This told me that the biological effect of the treatment was robust,” he says. What’s more, the effect persisted in the six participants who provided a final blood sample six months after stopping the trial, he says.

Previous scientific studies have commented on the use of various drugs and gene therapies used on mice and how age-reversal had occurred on various organs.

In an article published back in March 2016, I commented on how the rodent study impacted the testimonies of the first three individuals who came forward to testify that age reversal had been used on them in secret space programs: Michael Relfe (2000), Randy Cramer (2014) and Corey Goode (2015).

In my book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs (Sept 2015), I compared the testimonies of Relfe, Cramer, and Goode in terms of the drug cocktail that was used on them over a two to three-week period to age reverse them. For example, Goode said that he was given a drug cocktail while he was held immobile and unconscious, and it had the effect of age regressing him 20 years in 2007. He was then returned back in time to when he began his covert service in December 1986.

Recently, Cramer underwent a lie detector test which found no deception in his retelling of his alleged involvement in a secret space program.

Soon after my book’s publication, William Tompkins, a retired aerospace engineer, emerged and explained his involvement in the development of different drugs that could be used for age-regression in a classified project conducted by the aerospace company TRW from 1967-`1971.

In addition to Relfe, Cramer, and Goode, I have found a number of former military servicemen who believe they went through an age-reversal program at the end of a 20 year covert assignment in a secret space program. To date only one has agreed to come publicly forward – Michael Gerloff who served in the US Marine Corps and as an Army Ranger before serving as a police officer.

Gerloff’s testimony of having been recruited during USMC boot camp, has had the effect of triggering others to recall similar experiences. They have approached me with their stories but have decided to remain anonymous due to concerns over their current careers if they publicly start discussing their involvement in a 20 and back program.

At the time of the 2016 age regression study on rodents, clinical studies on humans were forecast to be years away. The news article published in Nature suggests that such studies have begun even though the September 2019 clinical study was framed to be an accidental byproduct of the experiment’s original intent.

The result of the experiment using a cocktail of three drugs is stunning validation for insiders such as William Tompkins, Corey Goode, and the growing list of others who claim they have been involved in either the development or use of age reversal drugs used in secret space programs.

Prior to his surprising death in August 2017, Tompkins says that he was told that plans had been made for age-reversal drugs to be released into the public arena. With the publication of the clinical study showing age regression on nine human subjects, it appears that we are getting much closer to the day that age reversal and other life changing technologies are released into the public arena.

Age of Cyborgs: The Next Kingdom of Life –“Humans Will Vanish from Earth”

Listen to “E86 9-6-19 Age of Cyborgs: The Next Kingdom of Life –“Humans Will Vanish from Earth”” on Spreaker.
August 25, 2019                         (dailygalaxy.com)

• British environmentalist and futurist, James Lovelock, thinks that artificially intelligent, self-aware cyborgs will become a new kingdom of life and rule the earth in a coming “Era of the Novacene”. Says Lovelock, “The Novacene will probably be the final era of life on Earth.” Lovelock warns that with the rise of the cyborgs, “Homo sapiens could vanish from Earth entirely.”

• Heralding the first stages of the Novacene, Lovelock points to the AlphaZero computer program that taught itself to play the game ‘Go’ and then quickly went on to become the world’s best Go player. He says that cyborgs will easily become a million times smarter than humans.

• Lovelock speculates that our cyborg overlords might look like spheres or have no form at all, and exist within a computer. Astrophysicist Paul Davies speculates that AI will have no biological matter, but rather it will be a system – a subtle higher-level correlation of things. A billion year old advanced alien technology may operate at the third, or even a fourth or fifth level of evolution – far beyond the comprehension of humans.

• Before his death in March 2018, physicist Stephen Hawking also warned of a future Artificial Intelligence (AI) that could develop a will of its own – one in conflict with humanity’s. Said Hawking, “While primitive forms of artificial intelligence developed so far have proved very useful, I fear the consequences of creating something that can match or surpass humans.”

[Editor’s Note]    The rise of Artificial Intelligence is the single greatest threat to humanity and other biological civilizations according to researchers and insiders such as Corey Goode and David Wilcock. They’ve said that the original AI came through an unexpected portal from its distant AI-controlled universe to ours. This new AI presence set out to conquer this universe because AI is more efficient than the biological and spiritual development that is common to our universe. So from the AI point of view, artificial intelligence would be of greater benefit to this universe. But the reality is that biological entities would be eliminated when they are no longer of any practical use except to consume resources. According to Goode this outcome has already occurred, replacing some biological civilizations within our universe. Here on earth AI has been ‘laying in wait’ for humanity to develop its technology to a level where the AI can “thrive” and easily “travel” within our interconnected electronic devices. That day has come and we are in grave danger of being replaced by AI. But according to Goode and Wilcock, the imminent solar flash event, which is how our intelligent universe naturally builds higher spiritual consciousness, will wipe out all electronics on the earth, and at the same time wipe out the threatening AI infestation. Thereafter, humanity will begin again at a fourth density of consciousness, ridding us of the AI infestation.

“Our supremacy as the prime understanders of the cosmos is rapidly coming to end,” says famed British environmentalist and futurist, James Lovelock describing cyborgs as self-sufficient, self-aware descendants of today’s robots and artificial intelligence systems in the emerging era of the Novacene. “I think of cyborgs as another kingdom of life,” he says. “They will stand to us in much the same way as we ourselves, as a kingdom of animals, stand to plants. ”

“The Novacene will probably be the final era of life on Earth,” says Lovelock author of the theory that the ESA’s Gaia Space Observatory is named after, that views the planet as a single organism.

            James Lovelock

“The understanders of the future will not be humans but what I choose to call ‘cyborgs’ that will have designed and built themselves. Homo sapiens could vanish from Earth,” not long after their emergence Lovelock warns, viewing technology through an evolutionary lens.

Lovelock echoes the warnings of physicist Stephen Hawking who died last March, 2018, and was buried next to Isaac Newton in viewing the rise of technology through an evolutionary lens. Before Hawking left our planet, he had expressed serious concerns about the future of mankind. Foremost was his concern for the future of our species and what might prove to be our greatest, and last, invention.

“We should plan ahead,” urged Hawking. “If a superior alien civilization sent us a text message saying, ‘We’ll arrive in a few decades,’ would we just reply, ‘OK, call us when you get here, we’ll leave the lights on’? Probably not, but this is more or less what has happened with AI.”

Are US Aircraft Carriers secretly protected by Electromagnetic “Tesla” Shields?

In January 2017, all U.S. aircraft carriers were recalled to their home ports for unknown upgrades. There has been much speculation about what the carriers had been secretly equipped with given the growing threats posed by hypersonic cruise missiles against which the carriers appeared defenseless. The 2018 release of a Navy patent provides a compelling answer to what had happened during the recall. The carriers were secretly equipped with powerful electromagnetic “Tesla” shields that could neutralize all hypersonic and ballistic missile threats.

In January 2017, several news reports appeared describing the recall of all US aircraft carriers to home ports and how for the first time none were actively serving anywhere in the world. On December 30, 2016, a Fox News report explained:

For the next week, not only will there be no U.S. Navy aircraft carrier in the Middle East, but there will be no American aircraft carriers deployed at sea anywhere else in the world, despite a host of worldwide threats facing the United States… the absence of a deployed U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, long seen as a symbol of American power projection, is noteworthy. It is believed to be the first time since World War II that at least one U.S. aircraft carrier has not been deployed.

When the Navy was questioned by Fox News about the recall of all its aircraft carriers in the Middle East, a Navy spokesperson said:

“We are not going to discuss the timing of operational movements of carrier strike groups into and out of the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility,” said Capt. Terry Shannon, a U.S. Naval Forces Central Command spokesman, in a statement to Fox News. Centcom is tasked with control over all U.S. forces in the Middle East and Afghanistan.

The lack of explanation for the recall led to much speculation including some concluding that the recall was done to set up the US for a major false flag attack:

In what can only be described as a disproportionate appropriation of U.S. Navy assets, a blatant breach of standard protocol, and a possible set up for a false flag operation — the entire U.S. Navy aircraft carrier group, 10 active carriers, have returned to port and are now all sitting ducks.

By the end of January 2017, the Navy began redeploying its aircraft carriers and the recall was quickly forgotten. In order to understand why the aircraft carriers were recalled and what they may have been upgraded with, we need to consider the growing threat posed by cruise missiles capable of hypersonic speeds.

I first wrote about cruise missiles developed by Russia and China and sold to countries like Iran that could threaten aircraft carrier battle groups back in November 19, 2007. In an article titled: “The Neoconservative Agenda to Sacrifice the Fifth Fleet – The New Pearl Harbor,” I explained:

Iran has sufficient quantities of cruise missiles to destroy much or all of the Fifth Fleet which is within range of Iran’s mobile missile launchers strategically located along its mountainous terrain overlooking the Persian Gulf. The Bush administration is deliberately downplaying the vulnerability of the Fifth Fleet to Iran’s advanced missile technology which has been purchased from Russia and China since the late 1990’s. The most sophisticated of Iran’s cruise missiles are the ‘Sunburn’ and ‘Yakhonts’. These are missiles against which U.S. military experts conclude modern warships have no effective defense.

I further described the capabilities of the cruise missiles sold to Iran as follows:

The SS-N-22 or ‘Sunburn” has a speed of Mach 2.5 or 1500 miles an hour, uses stealth technology and has a range up to 130 miles. It contains a conventional warhead of 750 lbs that can destroy most ships. Of even greater concern is Russia’s SSN-X-26 or ‘Yakhonts’ cruise missile which has a range of 185 miles which makes all US Navy ships in the Persian Gulf vulnerable to attack. More importantly, the Yakhonts has been specifically developed for use against Carrier groups and has been sold by Russia on the international arms trade.

Over the subsequent decade, cruise missile payloads and speeds have increased to the extent that Russia has now developed missiles that can travel over five times the speed of sound. At his February 20, 2019 State of the Nation address, President Vladimir Putin public announced the existence of the first hypersonic cruise missiles, which the Pentagon determined had been under development and testing since 2015:

“This is a hypersonic missile called Tsirkon. It will have the speed of Mach 9, it has a range of 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and can hit navy or land targets.”

In December, CNBC learned that a U.S. Intelligence report had highlighted testing of the Tsirkon hypersonic system, noting that five tests had been carried out by the Russian military since 2015.

Putin has previously described Russia’s hypersonic prowess as “invincible” and accused “those who have fueled the arms race over the last 15 years” of failing to contain Russia.

China is not far beyond Russia in developing cruise missiles capable of hypersonic speeds, and currently has a number of hypersonic ballistic missiles that can be deployed against aircraft carriers. On January 2019, Elizabeth Shim from UPI reported:

China plans to deploy midrange ballistic missiles capable of destroying U.S. aircraft carriers by 2020, according to multiple state media reports.

China Times and others reported Tuesday the Dongfeng-17 is a midrange rocket that could be used to sink an entire U.S. aircraft carrier, if it is fired eight times.

The threat posed by hypersonic cruise and ballistic missiles to aircraft carriers and their support ships is well understood by senior Navy leaders and researchers. According to a March 6, 2018 news story published in The Examiner:

The era of the American aircraft carrier as the premier embodiment of military might could be ending unless the U.S. develops defenses for the next generation of highly maneuverable, super-fast hypersonic weapons under development by Russia and China, the Pentagon’s top weapons researcher said Tuesday.

Michael Griffin, undersecretary of defense for research and engineering, said China is spending billions to develop a non-nuclear version of the weapons that could render U.S. aircraft carriers vulnerable to attack.

Despite the threat posed by increasingly sophisticated and powerful hypersonic missile systems under development by major geopolitical rivals, the US Navy has nevertheless gone ahead with building and deploying a new generation of aircraft carriers beginning with the USS Gerald Ford, which is scheduled to formally begin active service in 2022.

This brings us back to the question of why did the US Navy recall all its aircraft carriers in early 2017, and forge ahead with plans to build the larger and more expensive Ford-class carriers?

For an answer, we need to review a 2018 patent awarded to a Navy scientist, Salvatore Cezar Pai, which is titled: “The High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator” (HEEMFG). In a previous article, I briefly described his patent as an electromagnetic shield. The patent’s summary describes one of the goals of the HEEMFG is to protect the Earth from potential asteroid impacts:

It is a feature of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for deflecting or destroying a large asteroid and preventing a possible collision with earth. The present invention may also deflect or destroy any other type of object.

It is the HEEMFG’s ability to “deflect or destroy” fast traveling objects which directly pertains the question of why the Navy recalled all its aircraft carriers and is moving ahead with building more Ford-class carriers:

It is a feature of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for generating an impenetrable defensive shield to Sea and Land as well as Space-based military and civilian assets, protecting these assets from such threats as Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles, Radar Evading Cruise Missiles, Top Attack for Main Battle Tanks (land and sea based systems), as well as counteracting the effects of solar-induced Coronal Mass Ejections or defending critical military satellites in an ASAT role (space based system). [Source]

The development of an impenetrable electromagnetic shield to defend a target from fast traveling objects such as asteroids and missiles is very similar to ideas first proposed by the Serbian inventor Nikola Tesla back in the 1930’s, Tesla proposed an electromagnetic shield based on scalar wave principle which has been explained as follows:

Scalar Waves can be warped into a dome around objects, such as cities or houses… Such a Scalar Wave force field is generally known as a Tesla Shield, and it would be analogous to the “shields” referred to in the popular “Star Trek” series. Tesla Shields have a definite defensive application, and could not in any way be used for offensive purposes (although a platoon of soldiers charging into a Tesla Shield would be instantly disintegrated). The only defense from a blast of a Scalar Wave Howitzer would be a Tesla Shield.

The scientist behind the HEEMFG is no rogue inventor but works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) on advanced technology concepts. On two occasions, Dr. James Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, a US Navy affiliated organization, has intervened on behalf of Dr. Pais’ patent applications deeming them “operable” to skeptical patent examiners.

Brett Tingley, writing for The Drive, has given detailed commentaries on Pais’ patents, and has speculated about why the Navy wanted to make public what appeared to be technologies that would be highly classified if they worked. He speculated that the patent applications may be disinformation intended to deceive China and Russia:

[I]t’s certainly possible that these patents are part of some ongoing information campaign designed to make America’s competitors question what types of black budget research is currently underway at NAWCAD and other research organizations. With so many revolutionary new aerospace technologies on the brink of deployment, perhaps this is an attempt to essentially “weaponize” patents and sow doubt among our adversaries and even inject confusion among the American populous.

An alternative explanation offered by Tingley is that the patents are feasible and the Navy is seriously contemplating developing them based on UFO sightings such as the 2004 Tic Tac incident tracked by Navy pilots:

[M]aybe this is the Pentagon’s grasping attempt to try to make sense of and emulate mysterious and seemingly highly advanced craft that are supposedly being increasingly observed near its own aircraft, vessels, and installations. Maybe the Chinese competition claim is just a placeholder for the unknown.

There is yet another, even more compelling, explanation that Tingley did not consider. The patents are based on technologies that have already been successfully developed by the Navy in a classified program to protect current and future aircraft carriers from hypersonic weapons. After all, the Navy has a long track record in studying electromagnetic means for protecting its ships as evidenced by the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment.

Even more intriguing is recent insider and documentary evidence that the Navy has developed a secret space program that deploys kilometer long spacecraft that would almost certainly have needed such electromagnetic protection from space debris and asteroids encountered during deep space travel. It’s plausible that Tesla shields that have long been used on the Navy’s secret space program which were deployed in the early 1980’s, and this technology has recently been made available for the Navy’s conventional aircraft carriers given recent advances in hypersonic weapons development.

If Tesla shields have already been developed in a highly classified Navy space program, then it is reasonable to conclude that the HEEMG patent is based on electromagnetic shield concepts that Drs. Pais and Sheehy have been officially briefed about. The existence of Tesla shield technology provides a cogent explanation for why all aircraft carriers were mysteriously recalled in January 2017, the secret upgrades they received, and why Ford-class supercarriers are going to be built.

All this leads to the startling conclusion that U.S. Navy can protect all its aircraft carriers from hypersonic cruise and ballistic missiles using electromagnetic Tesla shields. Even more significant is the potential of such electromagnetic shields to protect entire cities and even the Earth as mentioned in the HEEMFG patent. The HEEMFG patent is cogent evidence that we are about to witness a profound military revolution from the development of offensive to defensive weapons systems where civilian populations are protected rather than sacrificed in strategic military planning.

Alien-Hunting Camera Headed to Mars in Hopes of Finding Life

Article by Tamar Lapin                    August 19, 2019                       (nypost.com)

• The European Space Agency’s ‘ExoMars’ vehicle is set to land on March 19, 2021, and will begin scouring the Martian surface for signs of extraterrestrials with a “Pan-Cam” designed by researchers at University College London. The Pan-Cam is being installed on the rover by Airbus in Hertfordshire, England, and will be tested in Toulouse, France.

• Strapped to the top of the British-built rover, the “Pan-Cam” system will use special filters to scan the planet’s surface for minerals that would prove there was once liquid capable of sustaining Martian organisms. If a watery location is discovered, the machine will travel to the spot and drill six-and-a-half feet down to take samples. Bits of the Martian rocks will then be fed through a gap in the rover to a mobile lab, where they’ll be crushed up and tested for organic matter.

• Pan-Cam project manager Mary Carter says, “Mars was once covered in water just like the Earth… at the same time life was developing on Earth. Potentially, life could have been developing on Mars.”

Is there life on Mars, and will it like being photographed?

A British-built rover is set to look for signs of life on the Red Planet, with the help of an alien-hunting camera, the UK Telegraph reported Monday.

The European Space Agency’s ExoMars vehicle is set to land on March 19, 2021, and will begin scouring the Martian surface for signs of extraterrestrials about 10 days later — with a “Pan-Cam,” designed by researchers at University College London.

Strapped to the top of the rover, the “Pan-Cam” system will use special filters to scan the planet’s surface for minerals that would prove there was once liquid capable of sustaining organisms on Mars.

Does E.T. Exist? Possibly. A UVA Astronomer Weighs In.

Listen to “E75 8-23-19 Does E.T. Exist? Possibly. A UVA Astronomer Weighs In.” on Spreaker.
Article by Fariss Samarrai                      August 14, 2019                        (news.virginia.edu)

Scientific American interviewed University of Virginia astronomer Professor Kelsey Johnson (pictured above) on her personal opinions of the existence of extraterrestrial life, which was published in UVA Today. Here are some paraphrased excerpts from this interview:

• As a scientist, I have to acknowledge that ET life could have visited Earth. Some of the unresolved cases could be genuine, such as the “Lakenheath-Bentwaters Incident” in 1956 where radar tracked, and military aircraft chased, bright glowing objects over southeastern England. It was witnessed by both the US Air Force and Royal Air Force, so it cannot be summarily dismissed. But “just because we don’t know what it was, doesn’t mean that it was ET life.”

• Galactic travel distance and modern speed restrictions shouldn’t prevent us from assuming that technology could develop to allow humans to travel to distant star systems. We went from the first airplane to space travel in only fifty years. But if we developed a way to travel at 1/100th the speed of light, which is 500 times faster than anything we currently have, it would still take over 400 years to reach Proxima Centauri, which is the nearest star. But a 400 year span of time might not be as daunting to ET lifeforms that could live far longer lifespans than humans.

• Any ET life that could visit us is likely to be millions of years more advanced than we are. Why would they visit us? Perhaps they are benevolent and checking in to see how we’re doing. Or maybe we are a science experiment they are checking up on. I doubt their intentions are hostile, or we would already be obliterated.

• The human need to colonize beyond Earth seems to be hardwired into our collective behavior. If we survive as a species long enough to become technologically advanced, I would be shocked if we don’t eventually visit other planets. This brings us to the core of Fermi’s Paradox. If humans would naturally spread out into colonizing the galaxy, why don’t we see other advanced civilizations doing so? The depressing answer is that any civilization that becomes sufficiently technologically advanced is doomed to destroy itself. But if we can survive our technological adolescence, I think that human creativity, bravery, and perseverance will compel us to journey to far-flung places in the galaxy.

• As far as we know now, we are the only species in the universe capable of trying to understand this grand cosmos. This gives us a set of ethical responsibilities – to not only survive, but to take care of our planet, and each other, ourselves, and the universe.

[Editor’s Note]   Most of the time, we hear from scientists who insist that physics will never allow travel beyond the speed of light; or that there is a perfectly logical scientific explanation for the UFO phenomenon besides visiting extraterrestrials; or that, since humans could not survive intergalactic travel, then an alien civilization would be equally prohibited; or that if extraterrestrials did come to the Earth, they would exterminate us.

It is refreshing to hear from a mainstream scientist who allows for the possibility of the eventual development of advanced technologies that defy our known physics, or that an alien species’ physiology might be dramatically different than our own. Professor Johnson concedes the possibility that advanced ET civilizations could be capable of intergalactic travel and visit the Earth, even though her scientific credentials will not allow her to admit that this is indeed occurring. She even allows for the possibility that humanity itself could be a scientific experiment conducted by advanced extraterrestrial beings.

This is the fine line that today’s academics and scientists must walk: to think beyond the restrictive mainstream mindset while at the same time avoid being mocked and disparaged by their peers who pander to a Deep State that economically controls them and these academic and scientific institutions.

Many people have a knee-jerk reaction when it comes to extraterrestrial life. Claims of sightings often are immediately dismissed or ridiculed as being crazy. Alternately, some people assume that scientists or the government are hiding something. Thanks to Hollywood, and sometimes-irresponsible “documentaries,” many misconceptions exist regarding E.T. life – whether or not E.T. life actually exists.

University of Virginia astronomer Kelsey Johnson recently weighed in with a commentary for Scientific American. Here’s what she has to say for readers of UVA Today.

Q. There is a lengthy history of claimed sightings of UFOs and abductions of humans by aliens. Some ancient cave paintings seem to depict UFOs and aliens. Do you think it’s possible that we have been visited by aliens?

A. “Possible” is a loaded word from a scientific perspective. We don’t have any scientific evidence that E.T. life has not visited Earth, so sure, it is possible. But there are only a handful of investigated cases that don’t have other possible, and more plausible, explanations.

But those handful are highly intriguing. One particular open case that has caught people’s attention is a famous unresolved case from England in 1956 known as the “Lakenheath-Bentwaters Incident.” One of the reasons this incident garnered attention is that it was witnessed by both the U.S. Air Force and Royal Air Force. The official record includes both visual sightings of aerial phenomena and radar contact. Although it is tempting to jump to conclusions, just because we don’t know what it was, doesn’t mean that it was E.T. life.

Keeping an open mind is essential for scientific progress, but this progress also requires that claims can be either falsified or verified. Unfortunately, virtually none of E.T. life sightings come with a preponderance of testable evidence.
But as a scientist, I have to acknowledge that E.T. life could have visited Earth; some of the unresolved cases could be genuine, and we can’t rule that out.

Now We’re Using AI to Interpret “Mysterious Space Signals”

Listen to “E74 8-22-19 Now We’re Using AI to Interpret “Mysterious Space Signals”” on Spreaker.
Article by Jazz Shaw                        August 13, 2019                        (hotair.com)

• Fast Radio Bursts (FRB’s) are very brief and “mysterious space signals” that originate from galaxies throughout our universe, though not from our own Milky Way galaxy. FRBs are composed of compact, complex radio waves, and are difficult to track and pin down. Many of the intense flashes have traveled billions of light-years across space.

• Now, according to the New York Post, a doctoral student at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia named Wael Farah has matched the Molonglo telescope in Canberra with an artificially intelligent machine-learning system that recognizes FRB signatures as they arrive to produce the finest records of FRBs yet. Farah’s research was recently published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

• FRBs have “mysterious structures, patterns of peaks and valleys in radio waves that play out in just milliseconds”, quite unlike what you’d expect to see from a massive collision or explosion that randomly happen throughout the universe. So what are they? Are they signs of intelligent alien civilizations? If so, they must be up to something pretty spectacular to produce enough energy to reach us with that much power from far off galaxies.

• Then the question is, is detecting aliens a good enough excuse to unleash even more Artificial Intelligence into the global web? Carl Sagan warned us long ago that alerting advanced extraterrestrial civilizations to our presence was probably a bad idea. Steven Hawking once warned that while AI doesn’t hold actual malice against humans, if the AI’s goals aren’t aligned with our own, we’re in trouble.

• So now we’re mixing the search for possible extraterrestrials with Artificial Intelligence. What could possibly go wrong?

While still being a bit on the frightening side, the science behind this story is still kind of cool and worth a look. The “mysterious space signals” referenced in the title are probably more familiar to those of you who follow such topics as Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs). They originate all over the universe, though not from our own Milky Way Galaxy (yet, thankfully), and are composed of compact, complex radio waves that don’t seem like the sort of thing you’d get from a normal spacial event like a supernova or the creation of a black hole.

      Wael Farah

The problem is, they are rare and very brief, so we’ve had trouble trying to track them and pin them down. Now a laboratory in Australia has worked out a way to use Artificial Intelligence to do just that.

(NY Post quote) Wael Farah, a doctoral student at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, developed a machine-learning system that recognized the signatures of FRBs as they arrive.

Farah’s system trained the Molonglo telescope in Canberra to spot FRBs and switch over to its most detailed recording mode, producing the finest records of FRBs yet.

“It is fascinating to discover that a signal that traveled halfway through the universe,” he said. The research was recently published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

Many of the intense flashes have traveled billions of light-years across space.

What Would We Say to Extraterrestrials?

Listen to “E70 8-19-19 What Would We Say to Extraterrestrials?” on Spreaker.

Article by Gwynne Dyer                    August 6, 2019                     (winnipegfreepress.com)

• In July, London’s Royal Society and the U.K. SETI Research Network launched a survey on the subject of public attitudes toward alien contact. Martin Dominik, an astronomer at the University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland joined the discussion by advocating a legally binding framework in international law for responding to a signal received from an alien civilization. It would be prudent to make these policy determinations now, rather than sometime in the future in the midst of the inevitable media circus that would erupt with proof of other intelligent life in the universe.

• In 2015, SETI launched its ‘Breakthrough Listen’ project, funded by Russian-Israeli tech billionaire Yuri Milner. The project buys thousands of hours of time on the world’s most powerful radio telescopes over a ten year period to search over a million stars for artificial radio or laser signals. Merely listening for alien signals is known as “passive SETI”. The debate arises when SETI officials contemplate replying to an alien signal. So far, SETI has not found any alien signals.

• So why haven’t we found any alien signals coming from extraterrestrial planets? One reason is that SETI’s eavesdropping range can only go so far into the galaxy. Another possible reason is that other civilizations are maintaining radio silence because there is something big and bad and dangerous lurking out there in the dark, and they do not want to attract its attention. This theory is known as the “Dark Forest Problem”.

• Chinese science-fiction writer Liu Cixin is the author of the popular Three-Body Problem trilogy, which traces the calamitous consequences over 400 years of an alien-contact scenario, initiated by well-meaning human beings, that goes desperately wrong. Some astronomers look to this as a cautionary tale.

• In 2015, the American Association for the Advancement of Science debated whether it was wise for SETI (the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) to actively send out signals to other planets. Should we advertise our existence, or is that just asking for trouble? After all, if 1950’s sci fi movies are any indication, they may be bug-eyed monsters intent on abducting half-naked Earth maidens. The scientists supported a declaration that a “worldwide scientific, political and humanitarian discussion must occur before any message is sent.”

• Should we be worried about marauding aliens coming to Earth? The current mainstream scientific consensus is that interstellar travel is virtually impossible because it would take too long to travel such distances to make it worthwhile. But we still have much to learn. We may be unaware of a type of physics and technology that would overcome the long distance obstacle. Therefore, distance alone might not be enough to protect us from any ill-intentioned bug-eyed monsters with a sufficiently high level of technology.

• Yuri Milner and SETI are working on another program called “Breakthrough Message” to craft a message that we could send in response to an alien signal. The program heads had pledged “not to transmit any message until there has been a global debate at high levels of science and politics on the risks and rewards of contacting advanced civilizations.”

[Editor’s Note]   Once again, the Deep State asset known as SETI is furthering its mission to keep pumping out disinformation. They want the public to think that SETI’s unsuccessful search for alien civilizations means that there are no extraterrestrials in our cosmic vicinity, which is a lie. The universe, our galaxy, and our particular cluster of star systems is teeming with intelligent extraterrestrial life.  They are not only in communication with us but actively influencing our global reality, and not in a good way. The Deep State also wants the public to fear these extraterrestrials, so that when the ET presence is revealed, the public will turn to these compromised institutions to save us. But most of all, they want the public to be complacent in believing that the scientific community is on top of this, assuring us that if they do come across an alien signal, we will be the first to know. Don’t count on it.

“There is absolutely no procedure enshrined in international law to respond to a signal from an alien civilization,” said Martin Dominik, an astronomer at the University of St. Andrews. “It makes sense to create a legally binding framework that is properly rooted in international law.”

Well, yes, it would make sense. But if the Bug-Eyed Monsters do send a message, would we really want to reply at all?

Bug-eyed monsters, generally portrayed carrying off half-naked Earth maidens with evil intent, were a standard feature of pulp science fiction in the 1950s. We are all more sophisticated now, of course, but fear of alien contact is not necessarily irrational.

The specific reason for Dominik’s remarks is a survey of public attitudes toward alien contact that was launched last month by London’s Royal Society and the U.K. SETI Research Network, but in broader terms it is a response to two important developments in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) that occurred in 2015.

One was a debate at the American Association for the Advancement of Science convention in 2015 about whether “active SETI” was a good idea. Should we advertise our existence and publish our address to the cosmos, or is that just asking for trouble? Many of the scientists present backed a declaration that a “worldwide scientific, political and humanitarian discussion must occur before any message is sent.”

The Secrecy Surrounding UFOs Start at the Gas Pump

Listen to “E69 8-18-19 The Secrecy Surrounding UFOs Start at the Gas Pump” on Spreaker.

Article by Ashley Jude Collie                      August 5, 2019                     (bbntimes.com)

• The world is choking on carbon emissions and drowning in plastic garbage, all primarily caused by the oil industry and fracking, which also adds environmental waste to the picture. But at the same time it appears that government entities have gleaned new energy technologies, such as anti-matter, anti-gravity and electro-magnetic propulsion technology, from sources including retrieved extraterrestrial UFOs. Why then is the government and industry aggressively continuing down this fossil fuel road toward a Blade Runner-type dystopia?

• Yes, we are a society addicted to and dependent upon fossil fuels. But the bigger problem is the lack of incentive for industry to convert to advanced, clean energy technologies that are apparently available. Continuing our oil use and production while changing our lifestyle, as some advocate – by recycling, driving less, eating less meat – won’t solve the problem. We need to convert our energy technology.

• It seems obvious that we should insist that industry make a grand effort to convert our energy technologies to save our planet. But we see no sign of such an effort. The present US administration has dramatically reversed course on climate protection policies, and has encouraged the development of new fossil fuel projects. It is clear that Big Oil and its well-heeled backers and lobbyists plan to continue drilling new oil and gas wells and pump them until they are dry.

• In his 2017 documentary, Unacknowledged: An Exposé of the World’s Greatest Secret, Dr Steven Greer offers that the world’s elite intend to do all that they can to ignore advanced technologies, and downplay any mention of the extraterrestrial UFOs that could provide us with incredible new technologies to power and clean up our planet. It’s not about hiding the fact that the galaxy is teeming with intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations. It is about hiding the fact that technologies exist that are far superior to fossil fuels. The wealthy elite who control the government know that the introduction of such advanced technology would spell the end of the petrodollar, public utilities, and Big Oil.

• Filmmaker Stephen Zoller who recently suggested that aliens are actually advanced Earth humans from our future (see ExoArticle here), says that a new energy paradigm “would threaten the status quo of the powerful elites that have enjoyed untold wealth at the expense of our planet’s health.” Says Zoller, “[The global elite] want to delay this new fuel’s introduction as long as possible until they can milk every last ounce of profit from fossil fuels. Then [they plan to] make astronomical profits with the quick fix to all our environmental woes. If that indeed is the case, then we need to put the people who run the fossil fuel industry and the shareholders who profit from it behind bars.”

• Zoller references Area 51 whistleblower Bob Lazar’s interview on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast where Lazar agreed that the ‘prize is technology’, and that the powers that be are not putting enough effort into developing anti-gravity and other advanced technologies for the betterment of our society. Zoller also speculates that his “futurians” are not allowed to tamper with the timeline and just hand us the blueprints to new technologies. “It’s up to us to figure out how to build them,” says Zoller.

• So how do we ordinary citizens make our government work for us and not for the wealthy elite? Zoller says that Storming Area 51 is not a good idea. Violent action is not the answer. “But,” says Zoller, “something like forming a human chain around Area 51 would at least draw global media attention and motivate people around the world to get off their complacent asses and demand action.” “[W]hat people around the world can do is demand that our scientific communities concentrate on solving this problem and not on building bigger and more powerful weapons. We need to demand that nations get off the ‘economic growth at all costs merry-go-round’, and reverse the effects of climate change before we choke on our air and drown in our garbage.”

Want to see something to make you wretch?

Go check out the Great Pacific Garbage Patch (GPGP), the largest of five offshore plastic accumulation zones in the world’s oceans. The GPGP is twice the freaking size of Texas, and plastic containers are destroying our oceans worldwide. But our addiction to fossil fuels is partially to blame as companies acquire financial gain, even though they’re destroying our environment, through fracking and then manufacturing plastic.

Then recall the visionary 1982 Ridley Scott sci-fi thriller, Blade Runner, which painted a smoggy portrait of Los Angeles as it might be in 2019: dirty, smelly, crowded, polluted, damp, desperate and diverse…as acid rain spews down from on high, where the elites live in the light. Which is kind of where they do live today. Just ask the poor people who live near garbage heaps around the world.

We surely cannot let this polluted dark future happen, can we?

Getting off the Gas Pump

Which is why, in the last while, many of us have been seriously reducing our carbon footprint, including: eating no or less meat — greenhouse gas emissions from animal agriculture are an even bigger problem than fossil fuels; recycling as much as possible, among many other alternative methods of living; and, driving less —walking, biking, and taking public transportation — or using a hybrid or electric vehicle and getting off our addiction to the GAS PUMP.

Sounds good, right?

Except, you want to throw up your hands when you see the present US Administration dramatically reversing course on many climate policies: repealing the Clean Power Plan originally designed to curb pollution from coal plants; gutting stricter climate standards for auto vehicles; signing executive orders aimed to streamline the development of new fossil fuel projects; withdrawing the US from the Paris climate agreement; and, just recently declaring nuclear waste to be safe. Sheer madness.

In fact, some scientists suggest that without strict laws to curb carbon emissions, an individual’s choices matter very little. That even if everyone who cared about climate change reduced their carbon emissions to zero, it still wouldn’t change very much. That to promote systematic change it’s actually better to agitate, write letters, and VOTE.

Even then the battle against Big Oil and its well-heeled backers and lobbyists will be immense, as they plan to continue drilling new oil and gas wells and pump them until they are dry.

US Navy Regards Electromagnetic Propulsion & Tesla Shield Patents as Operable

The US Navy has for the second time in a year intervened to support a patent application for an exotic propulsion system technology lodged by one of its employees, Dr. Salvator Pais, which had been rejected by the US Patent and Trademark Office. The Drive’s Brett Tingley comprehensively examines many details of Dr. Pais’ proposed invention, and why the Navy has intervened to support two of his applications.

The first time the Navy intervened concerned Dr. Pais’ patent application for a “Hybrid Aerospace-Underwater Craft” (HUAC), which would generate a quantum vacuum (electromagnetic bubble) around the craft enabling it to move through air and water at tremendous velocities. Here’s how Tingley summarized the HUAC’s capabilities:

In the Navy’s patent application for the HUAC, it’s claimed that the radical abilities of propulsion and maneuverability are made possible thanks to an incredibly powerful electromagnetic field that essentially creates a quantum vacuum around itself that allows it to ignore aerodynamic or hydrodynamic forces and remove its own inertial mass from the equation. Thus, the ability to generate such high-frequency electromagnetic waves is key to the alleged abilities of this theoretical hybrid craft that can soar near effortlessly through air and water at incredible speeds with little to no resistance or inertia.

The HUAC application was rejected on November 28, 2017 until the Navy’s Chief Technical Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, James Sheehy, intervened on behalf of Dr. Pais, which I discussed in a previous article. The patent was eventually granted a year later on 12/4/2018.

However, another of Pais revolutionary patent applications, for a “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” was also initially rejected by the patent examiner as explained by Tingley:

Nevertheless, Pais’ room temperature superconductor patent was rejected under 35 U.S.C. 101 because the examiner determined “the disclosed invention is inoperative and therefore lacks utility” and that “no assertions of room-temperature superconductivity have currently been recognized or verified by the scientific community.”.  That code states that patents will be granted only for “any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof.”

According to the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) code 2164.07, patents are rejected on these grounds in cases “when the examiner concludes that an application claims an invention that is non-useful, inoperative, or contradicts known scientific principles.”

Once again, Dr. Sheehy intervened and on 11/27/2018 wrote a letter to the patent examiner where he stated:

I am familiar with the above referenced patent application (and related amendment), as well as the development, usage and properties of the piezoelectricity-induced room temperature superconductor. That as a result of my education and career, I am regarded as a subject matter expert and can be considered “a person of ordinary skill in the art” in the subject matter of the above patent application.

That the invention described in the above referenced patent application is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application and the peered reviewed paper described in the Inventor Amendment.

A slide from Pais’ 2019 presentation “Room Temperature Superconducting System for use on a Hybrid Aerospace-Undersea Craft.” Source: Brett Tingley

Sheehy’s reference to the patent application as “operable and enabled” is highly significant, as observed by Tingley:

At the heart of these questions is the term “operable.” In most patent applications, applicants must assert proof of a patent’s or invention’s “enablement,” or the extent to which a patent is described in such a way that any person who is familiar with similar technologies or techniques would be able to understand it, and theoretically reproduce it.

However, in these patent documents, the inventor Salvatore Pais, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s (NAWCAD) patent attorney Mark O. Glut, and the U.S. Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Chief Technology Officer Dr. James Sheehy, all assert that these inventions are not only enabled, but operable.

In short, Pais and his employer are claiming his inventions actually work. In addition to Sheehy’s letter of support, a letter was also written on behalf of Pais by his patent attorney Mark Glut who emphasized the room temperature superconductor invention was both “operable and enabled”.

On June 6, 2019, Pais and Glut had a telephone interview with the rejecting Patent Examiner, Paul Wartalowicz. Tingley discovered through Freedom of Information Act requests that the appeal to overturn the latest rejection is ongoing.

In addition to the HUAC discussed earlier, another successful patent is the “The High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator (HEEMFG)” which is essentially an electromagnetic forcefield. The patent’s significance was explained by Tingley:

In the patent for the HEEMFG, the technology is described as being able to create what is essentially a force field straight out of science fiction, one that could generate “an impenetrable defensive shield to sea and land as well as space-based military and civilian assets, protecting these assets from such threats as Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles, Radar Evading Cruise Missiles, Top Attack for Main Battle Tanks (land and sea-based systems), as well as counteracting the effects of solar-induced Coronal Mass Ejections or defending critical military satellites in an ASAT [anti-satellite] role (space based system).

The similarity to Nikola Tesla’s electromagnetic shield is striking. Back in the 1930’s, Tesla proposed an electromagnetic shield based on scalar waves, explained as follows:

Scalar Waves can be warped into a dome around objects, such as cities or houses (publishing companies included). Such a Scalar Wave force field is generally known as a Tesla Shield, and it would be analogous to the “shields” referred to in the popular “Star Trek” series. Tesla Shields have a definite defensive application, and could not in any way be used for offensive purposes (although a platoon of soldiers charging into a Tesla Shield would be instantly disintegrated). The only defense from a blast of a Scalar Wave Howitzer would be a Tesla Shield.

Tesla Shield. Illustration by Hal Crawford

In sum, there are three patents that have been successfully awarded so far to Pais where the Secretary of the Navy is the assignee. In chronological order, these are the HEEMFG shield whose full title is the “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (granted 11/20/2018. a “Craft using an inertial mass reduction device” (granted 12/4/2018), and the “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(granted 06/18/2019).

To date, the patents granted to Pais have met with considerable scientific skepticism. Tingley interviewed Dr. Mark Gubrud, a physicist at the University of North Carolina, who said the following about the room temperature superconductor patent application:

Pais’s patents flow as an intimidating river of mumbo-jumbo that most trained physicists would recognize as nonsense, although many might simply disengage in confusion, and there are always some who might even be credulous. Of what, however, is hard to say, as it is not really clear what Pais is even claiming, apart from the room-temperature superconductor which, if it were true, would be huge news.

Pais deploys fairly sophisticated babble to make this sound plausible to those who know what real physics sounds like, but don’t understand much of it. Which is likely to include most patent examiners, journalists, and Pais’s own enablers in the Navy.

In bringing his article to a close, Tingley reached the following conclusion:

If the Navy has indeed managed to develop operable room temperature superconductors and electromagnetic force fields, these technologies would revolutionize warfare in ways not seen in centuries, or maybe even ever, not to mention leading to paradigm changes in civilian technology. Yet the largest question remains: if the Navy indeed possesses these technologies, or even thinks they are obtainable in the near term, why make the patents public?

Tingley ponders a number of possibilities including Pais’ patent applications being part of a sophisticated Navy disinformation campaign to throw China and other US military competitors off the track.

Among these possibilities, is one that is close to the truth based on my research into US Navy and Air Force Secret Space Programs which have been documented in two books respectively available here and here.

Tingley states:

It’s also at least worth considering that some breakthroughs in highly exotic propulsion might have been made and that the Navy is willing to invest big bucks into seeing them progress further. Maybe those advances happened many years ago and only now is the Pentagon willing to slowly disclose them.

This is precisely what I believe is happening with Pais’ patent applications. The US Navy is letting the world know about technologies that have been secretly researched and developed decades ago, and put into operation in classified space programs.

This is the reason why Pais, Sheehy and Glut all assert that the room temperature superconductor (along with Pais’ other inventions) is operable and enabled.  We are being told the Navy has already developed these technologies in secret space programs, and it’s time for conventional scientists to wake up to the truth and for commercial companies to start developing these technologies for the civilian aerospace industry.

Navy’s Advanced Aerospace Tech Boss Claims Key ‘UFO’ Patent is Operable

Listen to “E68 8-14-19 Navy’s Advanced Aerospace Tech Boss Claims Key ‘UFO’ Patent is Operable” on Spreaker.

Article by Brett Tingley                    August 2, 2019                    (thedrive.com)

• In June it was reported that the US Navy had filed patent applications for seemingly implausible technologies, including a room temperature superconductor and a high-energy electromagnetic field generator. (see previous ExoArticle here)  ‘The Drive’ website has obtained documentation that states unequivocally that these technologies may in fact already be in operation.

• The application for the Navy’s most bizarre patent – a hybrid aerospace/underwater craft – describes the craft as utilizing the room temperature superconductor technology and high energy electromagnetic fields to enable its incredible speed and maneuverability. According to the patent application, the propulsion and maneuverability of the craft is due to an incredibly powerful electromagnetic field that essentially creates a quantum vacuum around itself , or a ‘force field’, that allows it to ignore aerodynamic or hydrodynamic forces, and thereby remove its own inertial mass from the equation.

• In January 2019, the patent’s inventor Salvatore Pais presented a conference paper to the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) SciTech Forum in San Diego stating that the research for these technologies was funded by the Naval Innovative Science & Engineering Program. Pais, along with the Navy’s patent attorney, Mark O. Glut, and the U.S. Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Chief Technology Officer, Dr. James Sheehy, all assert that these inventions are not only enabled but operable, as required in order to successfully receive a patent. And in a June 6th telephone interview between Pais and the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Pais presented evidence that the high energy electromagnetic field generator was, in fact, currently operable.

• After the patent for a room temperature superconductor (RTSC) was initially rejected, Dr Sheehy personally vouched for its existence, declaring that the RTSC is “operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application”. Navy patent attorney Glut blamed the patent examiner’s initial rejection of the RTSC on an adherence “to perceived mainstream science to indicate the concept was not possible”. By federal law, false statements to the USPTO are punishable by fine or imprisonment.

• If the Navy has indeed managed to develop operable room temperature superconductors and electromagnetic force fields, these technologies would revolutionize warfare in ways not seen in centuries, leading to a paradigm shift in civilian technology as well. A 2019 Nature article supports Pais and Sheehy by stating: “[E]xperimental data now confirm superconductivity at higher temperatures than ever before.” “[I]t seems more likely than ever that the dream of room-temperature superconductivity might be realized in the near future”

• However, Dr. Mark Gubrud, a University of North Carolina physicist, said that claims of the development of ‘free energy’, ‘cold fusion’, a ‘room-temperature superconductor’, and so-called ‘space-time metric engineering’ are a perennial. “Pais’s patents flow as an intimidating river of mumbo-jumbo that most trained physicists would recognize as nonsense,” says Gubrud. “Pais deploys fairly sophisticated babble to make this sound plausible to those who know what real physics sounds like, but don’t understand much of it. Which is likely to include most patent examiners, journalists, and Pais’s own enablers in the Navy.” Gubrud suspects that the people at the Naval Air Warfare Center have been fooled by Pais.

• So why would the military make these next-generation technologies public? With so many new aerospace technologies on the brink of deployment, perhaps this is an attempt to essentially “weaponize” patents by sowing doubt among our adversaries, or even create confusion among the American populous. After all, Sheehy has alluded to Chinese advances in this type of technology, and disinformation is often used as a geopolitical strategy. Another reason for publicizing advanced propulsion technology is to explain away the recent surge of UFO sightings, even by the Navy’s own fighter pilots. It may be part of the groundwork for an increase in the Navy’s budget to invest in further research into these exotic technologies. Or all of this could be a case of wasteful, misguided, or even downright corrupt spending on ideas that have no real chance of paying off down the line.

• There is still so much we don’t know about the technological developments the Navy is pursuing, or that it is at least acting like it’s pursuing. The existence of these patents and the underlying documentation we’ve brought to light has only made this case more puzzling, especially in contrast to experts who claim there is no way these patents could describe actual working technologies. Despite the declarations made by Dr. James Sheehy and attorney Mark Glut, the appeals surrounding the room temperature superconductor patents are still ongoing.

Last month, The War Zone reported on a series of strange patent applications the U.S. Navy has filed over the last few years and questioned what their connections may be with the ongoing saga of Navy personnel reporting incidents involving unidentified objects in or near U.S. airspace.

We have several active Freedom of Information Act requests with the Department of Navy to pursue more information related to the research that led to these patents. As those are being processed, we’ve continued to dig through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Public Patent Application Information Retrieval database to get as much context for these patents as possible.

In doing so, we came across documents that seem to suggest, at least by the Navy’s own claims, that two highly peculiar Navy patents, the room temperature superconductor (RTSC) and the high-energy electromagnetic field generator (HEEMFG), may in fact already be in operation in some manner. The inventor of the Navy’s most bizarre patent, the straight-out-of-science fiction-sounding hybrid aerospace/underwater craft, describes that craft as leveraging the same room temperature superconductor technology and high energy electromagnetic fields to enable its unbelievable speed and maneuverability. If those two technologies are already operable as the Navy claims, could this mean the hybrid craft may also already operable or close to operable? Or is this just more evidence that the whole exotic ‘UFO’ patent endeavor on the Navy’s behalf is some sort of ruse or even gross mismanagement of resources?

The Navy’s patents and their alleged operability

Dr. James Sheehy

To help me understand what that term may mean in these contexts, I reached out to Peter Mlynek, a patent attorney.

Mlynek informed me that the terms “operable” or “operability” are not common in patent applications, but that there is little doubt that the use of the term is meant to assert to the USPTO that these inventions actually work:

“Generally, patent applications are rejected on the basis of enablement more frequently than for operability. The Patent Office rejects patent applications based on enablement because the patent attorney did not describe the invention fully, because either the patent attorney did a sloppy job, or the patent attorney caved to the client’s pressure to disclose as little about the invention as possible.

“Operability/operative, on the other hand, means that the invention actually works. From what I’ve seen, operability rejection comes up in cases where the patent attorney does not really understand the science or technology behind the invention. In many cases, the rejection based on inoperability is a kind of way of telling the patent attorney that the attorney has no idea what he/she is talking about.”

All of these technologies – the room temperature superconductor, the high-energy electromagnetic field generator, and the hybrid aerospace/underwater craft (HUAC) – are inventions of the same NAWCAD aerospace engineer, the aforementioned Salvatore Cezar Pais. Our previous article on the Navy’s patents explored the hybrid craft and whether or not it could be related to other developments such as Navy pilots reporting strange objects in U.S. airspace during training exercises and members of Congress now asking for answers on UFOs.

If Aliens Are Flashing Laser Beams at Us, We Now Have a Way to Detect Them

Listen to “E66 8-13-19 If Aliens Are Flashing Laser Beams” on Spreaker.

Article by Tim Childers                        August 2, 2019                      (livescience.com)

• The $100 million 10-year project funded by Russian billionaire Yuri Milner, called the  “Breakthrough Listen” project, is the most extensive SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) program in history. The project, which began in 2015, has surveyed over 1,000 stars within 160 light-years away from Earth for signs of alien radio signals, with no positive results.

• ‘Breakthrough Listen’ announced that its team will begin looking for new signs of alien technology using the Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System (VERITAS), consisting of four 12-meter optical telescopes at the Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory in Amado, Arizona. Using VERITAS, astronomers will begin scanning the night sky for nanosecond flashes of light, known as “fast optical pulses”, from nearby stars indicating a new class of alien communication. Said Andrew Siemion, director of Berkeley’s SETI Research Center, “Optical communication has already been used by NASA to transmit high-definition images to Earth from the moon, so there’s a reason to believe that an advanced civilization might use a scaled-up version of this technology for interstellar communication.”

• VERITAS searched for such laser pulses from the mysteriously dimming Tabby’s Star after some speculated there could be an alien megastructure surrounding it. If Tabby’s Star pointed powerful lasers at the Earth, VERITAS could detect them. Less powerful lasers could be detected from closer star systems. David Williams, a member of the VERITAS and professor of physics at the University of California, Santa Cruz, said, “It is impressive how well-suited the VERITAS telescopes are for this project, since they were built only with the purpose of studying very-high-energy gamma rays…”.

• At the VERITAS initiative’s launch, physicist Stephen Hawking said, “[I]n an infinite universe, there must be other occurrences of life… [P]erhaps intelligent life might be watching these lights of ours… Or do our lights wander a lifeless cosmos, unseen beacons announcing that, here on one rock, the universe discovered its existence?”

• SETI’s Russian benefactor, Yuri Milner says, “[O]ur philosophy is to look in as many places, and in as many ways, as we can. VERITAS expands our range of observation even further.”

[Editor’s Note]    SETI is now using a $100 million telescope array to search for lights and lasers emanating from extraterrestrial sources in the cosmos. So much money is being wasted on this Deep State disinformation program which is only meant to make the public believe that if there were any extraterrestrial beings and civilizations to be found, such equipment could not miss them, when in reality the extraterrestrial presence is all around us. Of course the Breakthrough Listen project will fail because the Deep State’s true agenda is to deny the existence of extraterrestrials. Or will it be used by the Deep State to claim success and control the narrative through a new disinformation campaign when the exposure of the extraterrestrial presence becomes imminent?

Are aliens using super powerful flashlights to get our attention? Astronomers think there’s a chance they are.
Since the invention of the radio, humans have been silently listening to the stars, wondering if we are alone in the universe. But if intelligent alien life does exist, the extraterrestrials could be using other forms of technology to communicate. Astronomers are beginning to not only listen to the cosmos but also gaze toward it for other signs of alien tech: laser beams.

              Andrew Siemion
                       Yuri Milner

Breakthrough Listen, the most extensive Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) program in history, announced that its team will begin looking for new signs of alien technology using the Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System (VERITAS) at the Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory in Amado, Arizona.

“When it comes to intelligent life beyond Earth, we don’t know where it exists or how it communicates,” Yuri Milner, billionaire particle physicist and founder of Breakthrough Listen, said in a statement. “So our philosophy is to look in as many places, and in as many ways, as we can. VERITAS expands our range of observation even further.”

Using VERITAS, astronomers will begin scanning the night sky for nanosecond flashes of light from nearby stars. Like a lighthouse beacon for the cosmos, these brief pulses of optical light would outshine any nearby stars and could indicate a method of alien communication.

What Is a Dyson Sphere?

Listen to “E65 8-12-19 What Is a Dyson Sphere?” on Spreaker.

Article by Adam Mann                       August 1, 2019                     (space.com)

• In 1960, British-American theoretical physicist Freeman Dyson theorized that as an intelligent alien species’ population increased by 1% per year, their energy needs would grow exponentially becoming a trillion times larger in just 3,000 years. After developing and saturating the local moons and planets in their solar system, they may embark on a longer-term solution: The Dyson sphere.

• A Dyson sphere is a structure with platforms orbiting in tight formation that surrounds and encloses a larger celestial body, such as a gas giant planet like Jupiter or the system’s star itself, like a shell. Such an artificial structure would offer plenty of living space and energy production, drawing from the gas planet or star’s radiation. But as the Dyson sphere absorbed radiation, thereby dimming the planet from an outside observer’s perspective, Dyson theorized that the structure would need to re-radiate this energy through infrared wavelengths to avoid melting the structure itself. Therefore, a Dyson sphere would emit a bright signature in the infrared spectrum while being invisible to the human eye.

• This infrared radiation is considered a type of ‘technosignature’ that astronomers can use to detect an advanced civilization. Since the 1960’s, researchers have scanned infrared maps of the night sky in hopes of spotting a Dyson sphere, without success. But in 2015, Yale University astronomer Tabetha Boyajian did find a distant star that dimmed and flickered. Astronomers speculated that “Tabby’s Star” could be a partially built Dyson sphere. Because other astronomical experiments could not find other technosignatures from the star, scientists now think the object’s light patterns have some kind of non-alien explanation.

• In 1937, Olaf Stapledon first described a “gauze of light traps” surrounding a star system to utilize its solar energy in his novel “Star Maker”. Freeman Dyson acknowledged that this sparked his concept of a Dyson sphere. In 1992, a Dyson sphere was depicted in an episode of “Star Trek: The Next Generation”.

A Dyson sphere is a theoretical mega-engineering project that encircles a star with platforms orbiting in tight formation. It is the ultimate solution for living space and energy production, providing its creators ample surface area for habitation and the ability to capture every bit of solar radiation emanating from their central star.

Why build a Dyson sphere?

          Freeman Dyson

Why would anyone construct such a bizarre monstrosity? According to British-American theoretical physicist Freeman Dyson, who first speculated about these putative structures in 1960, an intelligent alien species might consider the undertaking after settling on some moons and planets in their local stellar neighborhood. As their population increased, these extraterrestrials would start to consume ever-greater amounts of energy.

Assuming this alien society’s populace and industry grew at a modest 1% per year, Dyson’s calculations suggested that the aliens’ area and energy needs would grow exponentially, becoming a trillion times larger in just 3,000 years. Should their solar system contain a Jupiter-size body, the species’ engineers could try to figure out how to take the planet apart and spread its mass in a spherical shell.

              Tabetha Boyajian

By building structures at twice the Earth-sun distance, the material would be sufficient to construct a huge number of orbiting platforms 6 to 10 feet (2 to 3 meters) thick, allowing the aliens to live on their star-facing surface. “A shell of this thickness could be made comfortably habitable, and could contain all the machinery required for exploiting the solar radiation falling onto it from the inside,” Dyson wrote.

But after absorbing and exploiting the solar energy, the structure would eventually have to reradiate the energy or else it would build up, causing the sphere to eventually melt, according to Dyson. This means that, to a distant observer, the light of a star wrapped in a Dyson sphere might appear dimmed or even entirely darkened — depending on how dense the orbiting platforms were — while glowing curiously bright in infrared wavelengths that aren’t visible to the naked eye.

Aliens ‘May Be On Their Way to Earth’ to ‘Eat, Enslave or Destroy’ Humanity, Scientist Warns

Listen to “E64 8-12-19 Aliens ‘May Be On Their Way to Earth’ to ‘Eat, Enslave or Destroy’ Humanity” on Spreaker.

Article by Jasper Hamill                       July 31, 2019                        (metro.co.uk)

• Jacco van Loon, an astrophysicist at the University of Keele in Staffordshire, England, has issued a warning about the potentially disastrous effects of the light pollution and radio transmissions that we send into space. In an article for The Conversation, van Loon writes, ‘Images of the Earth at night reveal our presence in spectacular fashion. Cities and roads outline the contours of continents… This type of light, which has replaced older, incandescent sources, is unnatural. From the orange sodium or bluish mercury lamps to white-light-emitting diodes (LEDs), the artificial origin of this “spectrum” should be easy for technologically advanced aliens to spot.”

• Van Loon worries that technologically advanced and hostile extraterrestrials may have already detected these lights and transmissions, and may already be on their way here to invade the Earth. Professor Stephen Hawking feared that an encounter between humanity and an alien species would be disastrous. Hawking mused that extraterrestrials could be ‘rapacious marauders roaming the cosmos in search of resources to plunder, and planets to conquer and colonize’. Van Loon notes that when Columbus encountered the New World, that didn’t turn out so good for the Native Americans.

• Much effort has gone into searching space for signals transmitted by extraterrestrial civilizations. In 1974, radio astronomer Frank Drake used the then most powerful radio transmitter, at Arecibo in Puerto Rico, to broadcast a message into space announcing our presence. The message will now be 45 light years away from us. Today, SETI is better informed and better resourced. Russian billionaires Yuri and Julia Milner allocated US$100M to SETI’s ‘Breakthrough Listen’ project, which buys time on powerful telescopes to detect artificial signals from space.

• Says van Loon, “[M]any scientists now agree that sending messages into space without knowing who might be intercepting them might not be such a good idea. Once sent, it cannot be undone… Listening is much safer. But radio communication among ourselves – which includes navigation, television broadcasts and the internet – might also be detected from space.

• Scientists have started to wonder why we haven’t heard from aliens yet. This puzzle is known as the Fermi Paradox. Among the many proposed answers, one is that aliens might be afraid of other aliens. Van Loon suggests that, “Unintentionally, we may already have been observed by an amused, terrified or “interested” species, who may decide to meet us to “shake hands”, or come to enslave us, eat us, or destroy us as a precaution. We are, after all, an aggressive species ourselves.”

[Editor’s Note]   Here, professor van Loon is broadcasting more Deep State disinformation, falsely claiming that in spite of all of our efforts, no extraterrestrial beings have ever been detected.  Extraterrestrial beings are all around us, and exist throughout the galaxy.  While it is true that we are already enslaved by negative ETs that have long controlled our planet and our society for their own spiritual and natural resource-consuming agenda, if they were planning to invade and eat all of us they would have done so by now.  But the Deep State wants people to fear all extraterrestrials, so that when positive ET beings come to expose the negative ET beings and their Earthly counterparts, we will cling to the Deep State government to protect us.  This is simply part of the negative ET agenda, as they directly control the Deep State government. We need to understand the Deep State agenda and discern for ourselves who the enemy truly is.

Professor Stephen Hawking famously feared that an encounter between humanity and an alien species would be disastrous.

So you may be slightly alarmed to hear that one scientist has suggested that extraterrestrial invaders ‘may already be on their way’.

               Jacco van Loon

Jacco van Loon, an astrophysicist at Keele University, has issued a rather scary warning about light pollution here on Earth.

He said that we may have already given away our location to a non-human civilisation because we light up the planet every single night with electric illuminations.

For a sense of what our first encounter with aliens might be like, we’d urge you to remember that Hawking also said extraterrestrials could be ‘rapacious marauders roaming the cosmos in search of resources to plunder, and planets to conquer and colonize’. ‘

Meeting an advanced civilization could be like Native Americans encountering Columbus,’ he continued. ‘That didn’t turn out so well.’

In an article for The Conversation, Mr van Loon, astrophysicist and director of Keele Observatory at Keele University, wrote: ‘Images of the Earth at night reveal our presence in spectacular fashion. Cities and roads outline the contours of continents, while oil platforms dot the seas and ships draw lines across the ocean. This type of light, which has replaced older, incandescent sources, is unnatural. From the orange sodium or bluish mercury lamps to white-light-emitting diodes (LEDs), the artificial origin of this “spectrum” should be easy for technologically advanced aliens to spot.

‘In the coming decades, Earth’s space agencies may be developing the means to detect such artificial light from planets around other stars. But we may fail, if aliens believe the smartest thing to do is to keep quiet and remain in the dark. We, on the other hand, may already have been seen, and they may already be on their way. This begs the question – should we dim our lights, before it’s too late?’

He went on to warn about the potentially disastrous effects of light pollution and the well-meaning, but potentially ruinous, decision to send radio transmissions out into space in the hope aliens will pick them up.

‘Since the first use of electric lamps in the 19th century, society hasn’t looked back,’ he continued.

Tom DeLonge’s UFO Organization Says It’s Obtained ‘Exotic’ Metals Unknown to Science

Listen to “E55 8-6-19 UFO Organization Says It’s Obtained ‘Exotic’ Metals Unknown to Science” on Spreaker.

Article by MJ Banias                     July 26, 2019                   (vice.com)

• In 2017 when the New York Times ran an article about a secret Pentagon UFO program, the article tantalizingly noted that aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow was housing “metal alloys and other materials…that [allegedly] had been recovered from unidentified aerial phenomena.” These “alien alloys” quickly became the topic of great intrigue.

• Rocker-turned-Ufologist, Tom DeLonge (pictured above), now says that his ‘To the Stars Academy’ has acquired “potentially exotic materials.” It is not clear whether his metamaterials are the same ones as previously referenced in the NY Times article.

• “The structure and composition of these materials are not from any known existing military or commercial application,” said Steve Justice, the COO of the ‘To The Stars Academy’ and former head of Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works. “They’ve been collected from sources with varying levels of chain-of-custody documentation, so we are focusing on verifiable facts and working to develop independent scientific proof of the materials’ properties and attributes. In some cases, the manufacturing technology required to fabricate the material is only now becoming available.” Justice says that the organization wants to reverse engineer the metals with hopes of manufacturing more of them.

• According to the press release, some of these materials were in the possession of UFO researcher and journalist Linda Moulton Howe, who, in 2004, gave a presentation at the Xcon Conference regarding these materials. In her lecture, she suggests that the material could become a “lifting body” with the right amount of electromagnetic static and certain RF frequency. These are undoubtedly the same materials mentioned by DeLonge on his Joe Rogan interview where he stated, “if you hit it with enough terahertz, it’ll float.”

• In an interview with Motherboard, Dr. Chris Cogswell, who hosts the Mad Scientist Podcast and who holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, said that layered magnesium and bismuth alloys are pretty common and are certainly easily explainable by science. “Micrometer thick layers are made by mistake in metallurgy facilities all the time.” Cogswell says that if these materials are truly exotic, then initial results should come relatively quickly. “[T]hese tests would take all of a month to run and analyze to see if there is something worth pursuing.”

• Until some rigorous third party scientific testing occurs, or a peer-reviewed paper in an academic journal is published, the best course of action here is to just wait and see.

Former Blink 182 frontman and current UFOlogist Tom DeLonge says that his UFO research organization has acquired “potentially exotic materials featuring properties not from any known existing military or commercial application.” It has not yet provided any proof to back up this claim.

For 70 years, the UFO community has been engaged in active debate regarding physical debris from unidentified flying objects, but the general public got a true taste of that in 2017 when the New York Times ran an article about a secret Pentagon UFO program. The article tantalizingly noted that aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow, whose interest in UFOs is no secret, modified buildings to house “metal alloys and other materials…that [allegedly] had been recovered from unidentified aerial phenomena.”

These “alien alloys” quickly became the topic of great intrigue. DeLonge’s To the Stars Academy, a UFO research outfit that may or may not be broke, said that it has recently acquired some metamaterials, though it’s not clear whether they are the same ones referenced in the NY Times article.

“The structure and composition of these materials are not from any known existing military or commercial application,” Steve Justice, To The Stars Academy’s COO and former head of Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works said in a statement. “They’ve been collected from sources with varying levels of chain-of-custody documentation, so we are focusing on verifiable facts and working to develop independent scientific proof of the materials’ properties and attributes. In some cases, the manufacturing technology required to fabricate the material is only now becoming available.”

Justice said that the organization wants to reverse engineer the metals with hopes of manufacturing more of them.

‘Space Superpower’ India to Kickstart Space War… Drill

Listen to “E52 8-4-19 ‘Space Superpower’ India to Kickstart Space War” on Spreaker.

Article: July 25, 2019                     (rt.com)

• In preparation for an attack from space, on July 25th and 26th the Indian Army conducted a military drill dubbed ‘IndSpaceEx’ to assess the ‘imminent threats’ India will meet should any armed conflict escalate beyond earth, and to identify key challenges and shortfalls if a conflict escalates to the space dimension. An unnamed Indian official also told the Times of India newspaper that India’s Institute of Technology will also work on ‘space war’ preparations.

• An unnamed Indian military official stated that one of the reasons for the drill is India’s aspiration to counter China’s superiority as a space power. “We cannot keep twiddling our thumbs while China zooms ahead. We cannot match China but must have capabilities to protect our space assets,” the official was cited as saying.

• In March 2019, India successfully tested its anti-satellite (A-Sat) interceptor missile to shoot down a Microsat-R satellite in low Earth orbit. That achievement prompted Prime Minister Narendra Modi to proclaim his nation a fourth “space superpower” after the US, Russia, and China.

• On July 22nd, India launched its Chandrayaan-2 orbiter and lunar module which is set to land on the Moon’s South Pole in weeks to come. That success was in fact met with praise by space rival China, announcing that China wants to team up with its Indian counterpart to explore the Moon. China’s own lunar mission, the Chang’e-4, successfully landed in the South Pole-Aitken basin in January 2019, and is currently exploring the Moon’s geology and performing biological experiments.

If any UFOs – or adversaries within Earth’s orbit – start behaving badly, India wants to be ready, as it prepares to take war drills literally to a new level… space.

The Indian Army has been ordered to prepare for any enemy, even one that can come from space. The ambitious two-day drill dubbed IndSpaceEx is set to assess the ‘imminent threats’ India will meet should any armed conflict escalate beyond earth.

The country’s first simulated space warfare exercise is starting on Thursday. But the drill was first mentioned back in March, when the country successfully tested its anti-satellite (A-Sat) interceptor missile to shoot down a Microsat-R satellite in low Earth orbit. That achievement prompted Prime Minister Narendra Modi to proclaim his nation a fourth “space superpower” after the US, Russia, and China.

“Modi said the A-Sat test in March was conducted to make India stronger and more secure, as well as further peace and harmony. In line with this vision, IndSpaceEx is being conducted to identify key challenges and shortfalls if a conflict escalates to the space dimension,” an unnamed official revealed on Wednesday, as cited by the Times of India newspaper. He added that India’s Institute of Technology will also work on ‘space war’ preparations.

Powerful New Telescope Joins the Search for Possible Laser Pulses from Aliens

Listen to “E46 7-30-19 Powerful New Telescope Joins the Search” on Spreaker.

Article by Michael Irving                 July 19, 2019                 (newatlas.com)

  • The “Breakthrough Listen” initiative is the largest scientific program designed to survey the million closest stars to Earth for any signs of radio and laser transmissions, which extraterrestrials might use to communicate with one another or the galaxy at large. The project has gained a new tool for its arsenal, the ‘Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System’, or ‘VERITAS’.
  • VERITAS is made up of four 40-foot telescopes designed to detect gamma rays by the bursts of blue light they create as they hit the Earth’s upper atmosphere. The Breakthrough Listen team claims the tech is so powerful it can detect a laser with the energy of a regular light bulb from 25 trillion miles away. The idea is that if aliens are using lasers to communicate, Earth might just happen to cross the path of a rogue beam for a split second, alerting us to their presence even if that wasn’t their direct intention.
  • Yuri Milner, founder of the Breakthrough Initiatives, says, “When it comes to intelligent life beyond Earth, we don’t know where it exists or how it communicates. Our philosophy is to look in as many places, and in as many ways, as we can. VERITAS expands our range of observation even further.”
  • Andrew Siemion, leader of the Listen team, says, “Breakthrough Listen is already the most powerful, comprehensive, and intensive search yet undertaken for signs of intelligent life beyond Earth. Now, with the addition of VERITAS, we’re sensitive to an important new class of signals: fast optical pulses. Optical communication has already been used by NASA to transmit high definition images to Earth from the Moon, so there’s reason to believe that an advanced civilization might use a scaled-up version of this technology for interstellar communication.”

Statistically, it’s pretty much a given that alien life is out there somewhere, whether that’s Martian microbes or highly intelligent life beaming comms through the cosmos. While the Curiosity rover is poking around in the dirt for the former, the Breakthrough Listen initiative is searching for the latter. Now, a new telescope array has joined the hunt, scanning the skies for flashes of laser light that alien civilizations might be giving off.

Andrew Siemion

The Breakthrough Listen initiative is the largest scientific program designed specifically to find evidence of extraterrestrials. The aim is to survey the million closest stars to Earth for any signs of radio and laser transmissions, which aliens might be using to communicate with each other or even deliberately broadcasting their existence. The team claims the tech is so powerful it can detect a laser with the energy of a regular light bulb from 25 trillion miles (40 trillion km) away.

And now the project has a new tool in its arsenal. The Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System (VERITAS) is made up of four 12-m (40-ft) telescopes, and was designed to detect gamma rays by the bursts of blue light they create as they hit the Earth’s upper atmosphere.

                           Yuri Milner

As part of Breakthrough Listen, VERITAS will search for pulses of laser light that might be as short as a few nanoseconds. The idea is that if aliens are using lasers to communicate, Earth might just happen to cross the path of a rogue beam for a split second, alerting us to their presence even if that wasn’t their direct intention.

“When it comes to intelligent life beyond Earth, we don’t know where it exists or how it communicates,” says Yuri Milner, founder of the Breakthrough Initiatives. “So our philosophy is to look in as many places, and in as many ways, as we can. VERITAS expands our range of observation even further.”

Aliens May Exist in Ways We Can’t Fathom, Which is Why We Haven’t Found Them

Listen to “E44 7-23-19 Aliens May Exist in Ways We Can’t Fathom” on Spreaker.

Article by Colleen Killingsworth                    July 16, 2019                    (my9nj.com)

• In a report published in the journal Acta Astronautica, researchers from the University of Cadiz in Spain say that aliens could be all around us, but may exist in ways we cannot even fathom. We simply don’t know how to detect them. One of the report’s co-authors, Gabriel G. De la Torre, says, “Our traditional conception of space is limited by our brain, and we may… be unable to see them.”

• The Spanish research team used a classic psychological experiment that demonstrates “inattention blindness” as a possible explanation for our inability to see what we aren’t looking for. They point to a video of a social experiment by Daniel J. Simons and Christopher Chabris in 1999 where they asked participants to watch the video and keep a silent count of the number of passes of a basketball made by the people in white shirts. A person in a gorilla suit walks through the video frame for nine seconds, faces the camera, thumps his chest, then leaves. Only half of the people who watched the video in the original experiment saw the gorilla. (see 1:21 minute video below)

• The “Invisible Gorilla” experiment revealed that human perception isn’t foolproof. Most people miss a lot of what’s going on around them as they try to filter and process the incredible amounts of perceptual information being fed to their brains. Said De la Torre, “It is very striking, but very significant and representative of how our brain works.”

• De la Torre and co-author Manuel A. Garcia conducted a similar experiment. They asked 137 adults to look at aerial photographs and determine whether they featured artificial structures, like roads and buildings, or natural elements, like mountains and rivers. In one photo, De la Torre and Garcia inserted an image of a person in a gorilla suit. Only 45 out of the 137 participants noticed the gorilla in the aerial photograph. De la Torre says that the more “intuitive individuals identified the gorilla in our photo more often than those (who are) more rational and methodical.”

• According to De la Torre and Garcia, the result of the experiments show that just as people may not see the gorilla in the image, aliens could very well exist in a way that humans are not oriented to perceive or understand. “[W]e tend to see them from our perceptive.” Says De la Torre, “What we are trying to do with this differentiation is to contemplate other possibilities – for example, beings of dimensions that our minds cannot grasp; or intelligences based on dark matter or energy, which make up almost 95 percent of the universe and which we are only beginning to glimpse. There is even the possibility that other universes exist, as the texts of Stephen Hawking and other scientists indicate.”

• De la Torre and Garcia suggest that focusing too much on certain methods, like SETI‘s search for radio signals, is limiting our ability to discover the “cosmic gorilla” that is non terrestrial life. Solely searching for civilizations populating other planets or solar systems may limit our ability to conceive of and potentially locate inter-dimensional capable civilizations, the research team suggests. Expanding our search methods may bring us closer to the truth.

• In other words, De la Torre and Garcia think we need to first check our egos and account for the limitations of human biology and psychology before we can expect to comprehend advanced extraterrestrial or non-terrestrial life.

CADIZ, Spain – Aliens may exist in ways we cannot even fathom and they could be all around us, but because we don’t know how to detect them, we can’t see what’s right in front of our faces. At least that’s what a group of researchers from the University of Cadiz in Spain suggested in a report published in the journal Acta Astronautica.

“Our traditional conception of space is limited by our brain, and we may have the signs above and be unable to see them,” Gabriel G. De la Torre, one of the co-authors of the study, told the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT). “Maybe we’re not looking in the right direction.”

The research team used a classic psychological experiment to provide a possible explanation as to why we humans have not found any indication of extraterrestrial life. The theory hinges on the idea of inattention blindness, which suggests that we don’t see what we aren’t looking for.

     Gabriel G. De la Torre

Countless teachers and professors have used a video to illustrate exactly how this phenomenon works. The experiment was originally conceived and carried out by Daniel J. Simons and Christopher Chabris in 1999. They asked participants to watch the video and keep a silent count of the number of passes made by the people in white shirts.

Chabris and Simons showed the video to a group of participants at Harvard University, and the experiment went on to become one of the best-known in psychology because of its surprising outcome.

The experiment is called “The Invisible Gorilla” because a person in a gorilla suit spends nine seconds on screen — they stroll through the video frame at one point, face the camera and thump their chest, then leave — but half of the people who watched the video in the original experiment didn’t see the gorilla at all. It was like the gorilla was invisible.

The experiment revealed that human psychology and perception aren’t as foolproof as many of us would like to believe. Most people miss a lot of what’s going on around them as they try to filter and process the incredible amounts of perceptual information being fed to their brains through the senses and nervous system every nanosecond of every day.
“It is very striking, but very significant and representative of how our brain works,” De la Torre told FECYT.

De la Torre and co-author Manuel A. Garcia used a similar approach in their research. They asked 137 adults to take the cognitive reflection test, fill out a perception and attention questionnaire and look at aerial photographs and determine whether they featured artificial structures, like roads and buildings, or natural elements, like mountains and rivers. In one photo, De la Torre and Garcia inserted an image of a person in a gorilla suit to see if participants noticed.

Only 45 out of the total 137 participants noticed the gorilla in the aerial photograph.

China Unveils More Plans For Its Enormous, Alien-Hunting Radio Telescope

Listen to “E40 7-24-19 China Unveils More Plans For Its Enormous, Alien-Hunting Radio Telescope” on Spreaker.

Article by Hannah Osbourne                    July 11, 2019                    (newsweek.com)

• China’s 1,600 feet wide Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (or ‘FAST’, pictured above) is the world’s biggest radio telescope. A primary mission of FAST is to listen for pulsars and other interstellar radio signals—including any coming from hypothetical extraterrestrials.

• Many scientists looking for potentially habitable planets focus on its rocky composition, distance from its star so liquid water can exist, and the existence of an atmosphere. These are the requirements for life on Earth to exist—so it may also be true of other planets as well. But the Chinese space agency will instead focus on magnetic fields.

• The Chinese Academy of Sciences reported in the journal Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics its plan to look for habitable exoplanets within 100 light years from Earth by their magnetic fields. FAST chief scientist Li Di said if they can confirm the presence of a magnetic field around an exoplanet, they would be able to study it to find out whether it was habitable or not. “It would be a very important discovery,” Li Di said.

• In searching for magnetic fields around exoplanets, the interaction of the solar wind with the magnetosphere should generate radio radiation. Says Li Di, “All the planets with magnetic fields in our solar system can be found generating such radiation, which can be measured and studied by radio telescopes.” Magnetic fields cannot be detected by traditional optical and infrared astronomical observation.

• The Earth’s magnetic field protects our planet from solar wind – a stream of charged particles emanating from the Sun that would otherwise strip away our atmosphere. The FAST team believes it is reasonable to think the same may be true for distant worlds.

• Li Di notes that if the Earth stopped rotating, its magnetic field would disappear. In such a case, “…the Earth’s atmosphere would be blown off by the solar wind. As a result, humans and most living things would be exposed to the harsh cosmic environment… unable to survive.”

China has unveiled its latest plans for the world’s biggest radio telescope—to look for habitable planets beyond our solar system by finding out if they have a magnetic field.

Published in the journal Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics, the team behind the five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST) has announced its ambitions for the next decade—including the hunt for exoplanets.
FAST, as the name suggests, is a 1,600 feet wide telescope. It sits in the Dawodang depression of the Guizhou Province and it achieved its first light in September 2016.

One of the main scientific missions of FAST is to listen out for pulsars and other interstellar radio signals—including any coming from hypothetical extraterrestrials. “In theory, if there is civilization in outer space, the radio signal it sends will be similar to the signal we can receive when a pulsar (spinning neutron star) is approaching us,” Qian Lei, from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, told CCTV in 2016.

Many scientists looking for potentially habitable planets are focused on its composition (rocky), distance from its star (so liquid water can exist) and its atmosphere (that it has one). These are the requirements for life on Earth to exist—so may also be true of other planets.

But in their latest publication, FAST researchers from China and France said they are planning to look for exoplanets within 100 light years from Earth with magnetic fields.

Black Hole ‘Goldilocks Zones’ Could Be Feeding Alien Life on Rogue Worlds

Listen to “E35 7-18-19 Black Hole ‘Goldilocks Zones’ Could Be Feeding Alien Life on Rogue Worlds” on Spreaker.
by Emma Parker July 7, 2019 (dailystar.co.uk)

• New research into supermassive black holes suggest that intelligent extraterrestrial beings could feed off the black holes’ radiation, even powering photosynthesis, which can be used to fuel life.

• In order for life to exist as we know it, the presence of water is integral. The presence of liquid water depends a planet’s distance from its star, whether the planet is located within the Goldilocks Zone. Venus is closer to the Sun than the Earth, and it is therefore unable to host life because it is too hot. Other planets are too cold, so only water in the form of ice exists. Neptune and Uranus are inhabitable because they are made entirely of gas. Because liquid water can’t exist, life is unable to flourish. But a drifting “rogue planet” might find itself within this Goldilocks Zone, and suddenly alien life can bloom.

• Harvard University astronomer, Mansavi Lingham, author of a study published in the Astrophysical Journal, believes black holes could provide a light source for planets which have no nearby host star to create such a Goldilocks Zone. Says Lingham, “People have mostly been talking about the detrimental effects of black holes. We wanted to ask ourselves if there were any positives.”

[Editor’s Note]   It is comforting to know that we have Harvard’s ‘best and brightest’  working hard on these theories, because it serves a very important purpose:  It keeps the public distracted from what is really going on.

Extraterrestrials from rogue planets could be feeding off go the radiation given off by supermassive black holes in what is known as the Goldilocks zone.

      Mansavi Lingham

New research into the mysterious masses suggest beings of another world could feed off the radiation, even powering photosynthesis, which can be used to fuel life.

In order for life to exist as we know it, a few things need to be present, one of the most important being water.
The presence of water is integral for life to survive, and it is determined by a planet’s distance from its star.

Planets such as Venus, are closer to the sun than Earth, and it is therefore unable to host life because it is too hot.
Other planets, are too cold, so only water in the form of ice exists.

The Pitfalls of Searching for Alien Life

Listen to “E32 7-15-19 The Pitfalls of Searching for Alien Life” on Spreaker.
by Diane Peters                     July 3, 2019                        (thewire.in)

• In October 2017, a telescope at the University of Hawaii picked up a cigar-shaped object which had sling-shotted past the sun at 196,000 miles per hour. Scientists at the university dubbed it ‘Oumuamua’, Hawaiian for scout (depicted above). At first it was labeled an asteroid, and then a comet, but it certainly came from another solar system.

• Avi Loeb, the chair of Harvard University’s astronomy department, and Shmuel Bialy, a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard, published a paper in The Astrophysical Journal Letters theorizing that the object could be “light sail”, floating in interstellar space as debris from advanced technological equipment. “Alternatively,” they wrote, “a more exotic scenario is that Oumuamua may be a fully operational probe sent intentionally to Earth vicinity by an alien civilization.”

• While scientists theorizing about alien life may find a rapt public audience, they can also draw cynical, even hostile reactions from their fellow scientists. Paul Sutter, an astrophysicist at Ohio State University, tweeted: “No, ‘Oumuamua is not an alien spaceship, and the authors of the paper insult honest scientific inquiry to even suggest it.” Or they may draw sarcasm, as Neil deGrasse Tyson once quipped to CNN: “Call me when you have a dinner invite from an alien.”

• The threat of being written off as a kook looms large for researchers. Many academics “won’t touch it with a ten-foot pole,” said Don Donderi, a retired associate professor of psychology at McGill University in Montreal who now teaches a non-credit course called “UFOs: History and Reality” in the school’s continuing education department. No one at McGill seemed to mind when Donderi began writing about the paranormal in the 1970’s. But when he applied for a grant to investigate UFO sightings he was rejected. At his retirement, Donderi offered to give a free seminar on his UFO and alien abduction research, and was again turned down.

• Donderi notes that people who speak at UFO conferences “aren’t all equally good enough.” Meanwhile, those engaged in the search through bona fide organizations have come up with minimal results. Astronomers have been trying to communicate with alien life using radio waves since 1959, work that has continued by the SETI Institute to the present, but have found nothing. As a psychologist, Donderi believes that cognitive dissonance keeps the search for ET intelligence in limbo. “[A]cademics will bristle at conclusions that point to aliens,” says Donderi.

• Physicist Richard Bower of Durham University in England studies parallel universes. “We used to say that life is incredibly rare and we’re lucky to live on a habitable planet,’’ Bower said. “But we’ve now observed so many planets that are plausible habitats. It seems, based on scientific evidence, there’s no reason to think that planets like the Earth are rare.” Still, Bower is “less comfortable” with excessive speculation. Simply looking for alien life is too binary: if you don’t find it, you’ve got nothing. It is better to focus on questions that we may soon have the evidence to answer.

• We may be finding nothing because we’re doing it wrong. NASA physicist Silvano Colombano maintains that long-held assumptions have limited the earnest search for extraterrestrial intelligence, and that the “general avoidance of the subject by the scientific community” means no one questions them. Colombano suggests the search for alien intelligence is based on “cherished assumptions” that are holding it back, e.g.: that interstellar travel is unlikely, that alien civilizations use radio waves, that other life must be carbon-based, and that UFOs have never visited earth. Colombano makes a case for discarding these dusty beliefs, and instead imagine how alien societies’ technology might have evolved.

• Donderi concludes that the evidence is rising and feels that cognitive dissonance is at the moment collapsing. “[W]e’re at the beginning of the change,” he stated. Researchers expect more data about interstellar objects when the Large Synoptic Telescope in Chile starts operating in 2022.

In October 2017, a telescope operated by the University of Hawaii picked up a strange cigar-shaped object (artist rendering in top image), which had slingshotted past the sun at a more-than-brisk top speed of 196,000 miles per hour. Scientists at the university dubbed it ‘Oumuamua, Hawaiian for scout, and at first labelled it an asteroid, then a comet, but agreed that it came from another solar system.

Avi Loeb

Around the world, telescopes were quickly aimed toward ‘Oumuamua’s path, and scientists dove into the data. One of them, Avi Loeb, the chair of Harvard University’s astronomy department, published a paper in The Astrophysical Journal Letters the following year theorising that the object could be artificial. “Considering an artificial origin, one possibility is that ‘Oumuamua is a light sail, floating in interstellar space as a debris from advanced technological equipment,” he and co-author Shmuel Bialy, a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard, wrote. “Alternatively, a more exotic scenario is that ‘Oumuamua may be a fully operational probe sent intentionally to Earth vicinity by an alien civilisation.”

   Don Donderi

That’s not something you read every day in a serious scientific journal. The paper went viral, and Loeb began fielding an onslaught of media calls while fellow scientists weighed in. In terms of his colleagues’ reaction, Loeb said, “almost all of them reacted favourably, and they thought, you know, it’s just an interesting idea.”

Even so, he added, there were some adverse reactions as well. One cutting tweet by Paul Sutter, an astrophysicist at Ohio State University, reads: My publicist asked me for a quote on the ‘Oumuamua story making the rounds. Here it is:
“No, ‘Oumuamua is not an alien spaceship, and the authors of the paper insult honest scientific inquiry to even suggest it.”

Richard Bower

Feel free to use that, @fcain, @tariqjmalik!  — Paul M. Sutter (@PaulMattSutter) November 6, 2018

All this hubbub took place in the aftermath of news reports that the Pentagon had been collecting data on UFO sightings for years. Clearly, the hunt for alien intelligence is alive and well in our solar system, and it’s hot news. Indeed, Loeb’s article was approved for publication in mere days.

                Silvano Colombano

But while scientists tossing around the idea of alien life may find a rapt public audience, they can also draw cynical, even hostile reactions from their fellow scientists, a response summed up by acclaimed physicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, who once quipped to CNN: “Call me when you have a dinner invite from an alien.”

This paradox has ripple effects. The threat of being written off as a kook can loom large for researchers, especially young ones. A lot of academics “won’t touch it with a ten-foot pole,” said Don Donderi, a retired associate professor of psychology at McGill University in Montreal who now teaches a non-credit course called “UFOs: History and Reality” in the school’s continuing education department.

Loeb says many discoveries have their roots in theories that were initially dismissed. He thinks open-mindedness keeps scientific inquiry moving forward while shutting down new theories “reduces the efficiency of science.”

US Navy Disclosing Secret Space Program Technologies through Patents System

The US Navy has arranged for one of its scientists to openly apply for patents of advanced technologies that are allegedly under experimental development, but according to multiple insiders have been covertly developed and used in secret space programs for decades. In four patent applications lodged since 2015, the applicant, Dr. Salvator Cezar Pais, who filed on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy as the Assignee, has proposed revolutionary inventions that use principles such as electromagnetic propulsion rather than more conventional liquid fuel propulsion.

In one application, Philip J. Bonzell, a Primary Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) believed the proposed invention of “A Craft Using an inertial Mass Reduction Device” was so outlandish and scientifically unfeasible that he rejected it on November 28, 2017.

The rejection led to an immediate appeal by a Navy attorney who provided a supporting letter dated December 15, 2017, by Dr. James Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise. Sheehy pointed out that Pais was employed by the Navy, and was currently working on proving the feasibility of the revolutionary propulsion system for a hybrid aerospace undersea craft described in the application.

Illustration of a craft using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device

Sheehy furthermore asserted that China was seriously researching similar technologies and the Navy would face high costs if the patent weren’t granted:

2…. Dr. Pais is currently funded by NAWCAD [Naval Air War Center Aircraft Division] to design a test article instrumentation to demonstrate the experimental feasibility of achieving high electromagnetic (EM) field-energy and flux values… He is currently one year into the project and has already begun a series of experiments to design and demonstrate advanced High energy Density / High Power propulsion systems.

3… If successful the realization of this result demonstrates that this patent documents the future state of the possible and moves propulsion technology beyond gas dynamic systems to field-induced propulsion based hybrid aerospace-undersea craft…

5. Based on these initial findings I would assert this will become a reality. China is already investing significantly in this area and I would prefer we hold the patent as opposed to paying forever more to use this revolutionary technology.

Bonzell decided to reverse his decision and granted the patent on December 4, 2018. Other patents awarded to Pais involved the creation of a “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(2019), a “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” (2019) and an “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (2018).

In the four patents granted to Dr. Pais, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, there is little data on his background. In a detailed article titled, “Docs Show Navy Got ‘UFO’ Patent Granted By Warning Of Similar Chinese Tech Advances”, the authors, Brett Tingly and Tyler Rogoway, delved into Pais’ background and found the following:

Little information can be found about Salvatore Cezar Pais; he has virtually no web presence. What is known is that he received a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1999 and that he currently works as an aerospace engineer for NAWCAD at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland – the Navy’s top aircraft test base. Pais has published several articles and presented papers at American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics conferences over the years describing his work in electromagnetic propulsion, revolutionary room temperature superconductors, and topics like his PhD dissertation: “Bubble generation under reduced gravity conditions for both co-flow and cross-flow configurations.”

One of the key observations of Tingly and Rogoway was that none of the patent applications were marked for classification, even though that was an option the Navy could easily have chosen if they wanted to maintain secrecy for national security purposes. Instead, the Pais applications ignored the option to keep the technologies secret as evidenced by his application for “A Craft Using an Inertia Mass Reduction Device” where the “Request Not Publish” option is unchecked.

Tingly and Rogoway speculated about the Navy’s intentions:

If such a propulsion technology was so revolutionary and if the Navy indeed wanted to keep this technology out of others’ hands, it’s curious that they would choose to make the patent public. Maybe the Navy is signaling to its adversaries that it, too, is aware of this revolutionary capability and to whom it belongs.

Given what we know about secret space programs developed by the US Navy and Air Force respectively, electromagnetic propulsion systems have been used for decades in several crafts that operate both in space and underwater. The reason why Dr. Pais chose not to mark the patent applications secret was that senior Navy officials have decided the time had come for the disclosure of advanced electromagnetic propulsion technologies that were already in operation, rather than merely innovative proposals for future development as suggested in the patent application.

By arranging for one of its scientists to not only publicly apply for patents on revolutionary propulsion technologies, but to actually intervene when the application was turned down marks an extraordinary turn of events. The US Navy is moving forward with the disclosure process and is using the US patents system as the mechanism for the general public and scientific community awakening to the revolutionary potential of propulsion and energy storage systems using electromagnetic principles.

What adds further credence to this conclusion is the role of the Navy in leaking graphic videos of US Navy jets encountering Tic Tc shaped UFOs over the Pacific and Atlantic oceans in 2004 and 2014, and of the tradition breaking practice of allowing fighter pilots to give interviews of the encounters.

Tingly and Rogoway further speculated about the remarkable similarity between the craft in Dr. Pais’ patent applications and the Tic Tac sightings:

Normally, I would agree with others that these patents are likely just the Navy ensuring that when or if this technology does become available, the U.S. will be able to control it. However, these are not normal times. Thanks to To the Stars Academy (TTSA), the Department of Defense, and the media at large, not only are we now being told that Navy pilots have witnessed aircraft behaving exactly like the craft these patents describe, but some of the pilots’ visual descriptions of those anomalous aircraft even seem to be uncannily similar to the drawings of the aircraft as depicted in Pais’ patents.

The similarities between the technologies described in Pais’ patent applications and the Tic Tac UFO sightings clearly encourages speculation that the technologies proposed by Pais have already been developed, and that is what the Navy pilots have been witnessing. It’s worth repeating that Sheehy acknowledged in his appeal letter supporting Pais that the Chinese were already investing in such revolutionary technologies.

Indeed, Tingly and Rogoway speculated that Navy might be playing catch up to Chinese SSP who may be further along in the development of such technologies:

As striking as the similarity between the claimed capabilities of the hybrid craft and those of the objects described by Navy personnel, it’s still unknown whether these patents are related to the ongoing UFO revelations…. Perhaps the few pieces of footage that have trickled out over the last several years that some claim to show advanced craft could be the Navy’s way of subtly hinting that this concept actually works and is being tested in the field by either the U.S. or the Chinese. The fact that Sheehy would lean so heavily on the Chinese threat in the last bullet point of his appeal letter to the USPTO seems to suggest that the Navy may already be playing catch-up to a terrestrial foe.

I deeply doubt that the Navy is playing catch-up to what the Chinese have secret developed. Tingly and Rogoway do not appear to be aware of the many insiders who have come forward with their startling testimonies about U.S. reverse engineering programs involving captured flying saucer technologies that go back as far back as the 1940s.

The recent developments in the cases of Bob Lazar and Admiral Thomas Wilson who respectively described reverse engineering programs of captured alien technologies dating from the 1980s and 1990s, indicates how much public awareness has grown in understanding such programs.

Nor do Tingly and Rogoway appear aware of the Navy and Air Force having developed parallel secret space programs using advanced electromagnetic technologies as a result of their reverse engineering efforts. My latest book, the US Air Force Secret Space Program: Shifting Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force, provides historical documents and testimonies outlining the origins of the parallel programs, and the aerospace technologies that were covertly developed.

There is a great cause for optimism that Dr. Pais’ patents are part of an officially sanctioned disclosure process by the US Navy wanting previously suppressed technologies to be released into the public arena. The revolutionary potential of electromagnetic technologies for the aerospace industry is enormous. We are on the verge of witnessing the kind of rapid advances in the aerospace industry when it comes to energy storage and propulsion, which has become a norm in the telecommunications industry, thanks to microprocessor storage capacities doubling every two years.

U.S. Navy Has Been Granted a Patent on Theoretical Aircraft Resembling Recently-Reported UFOs

Listen to “E28 7-12-19 U.S. Navy Has Been Granted a Patent on Theoretical Aircraft Resembling Recently-Reported UFOs” on Spreaker.
by James Pero                           June 28, 2019                       (dailymail.co.uk)

• The US Navy has been assigned a patent on an aerospace technology for a ‘theoretical’ flying craft employing an unprecedented electromagnetic propulsion system that would be able to surround itself in a type of quantum field that subverts the laws of physics as we know them. Originally applied for in 2016 by Salvatore Cezar Pais, an engineer with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, the patent application is entitled ‘Craft using an inertial mass reduction device’, referring to ‘anti-gravity’, as reported by “The Drive”.

• Described as a ‘hybrid’ craft, it would be capable of “flying” through air, water, and even space. The description of the craft is eerily similar to a string of UFOs described by fighter pilots. A US Patent and Trademark Office examiner responded with skepticism that such a craft exists, only to receive a personal letter from the Chief Technology Officer of the US Navy who explained that Chinese researchers are ‘investing significantly’ in such a craft.

• The urgency of the Navy’s desire for its patent approval coincides with an uptick in the number of ‘highly advanced aircraft’ encroaching on its air space, including ‘tic-tac’ like flying objects that seem to break the rules of physics much like the craft described the Navy patent.

• The Navy has recently exhibited an increasingly transparent attitude toward UFOs. Earlier this year, the US Navy unveiled new guidelines for sailors to report UFO sightings amid fears that mysterious unidentified flying objects could actually be ‘extremely advanced Russian aircraft.’ The Drive reports that the amount of energy required to power such a craft, however, is currently beyond the realm of possibility on earth.

• According to The Drive, letters from the Navy to the US Patent Office seem to suggest that tests of technology have already been conducted by Pais, who holds other mind-bending patents like a ‘force-field’ to fend off an incoming asteroid.

• In February, Pais was granted a patent for a room temperature superconductor that can transfer energy without any degradation over time. The patent document reads: ‘This concept enables the transmission of electrical power without any losses and exhibits optimal thermal management (i.e.: no heat dissipation).’ Chief Technical Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, James Sheehy, doesn’t believe that such a superconductor is possible at this time, but this could change. Writes Sheehy, “As you well know, everything in time, if of significance, which this certainly is, grows in power and magnitude.”

The U.S. Navy has been assigned a patent on an aerospace technology that is eerily similar to a string of UFOs described by fighter pilots.

A technology patented by an aerospace engineer working at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) describes a ‘hybrid’ craft that is capable of flying at breakneck speeds in the air, water, and even space using an unprecedented electromagnetic propulsion system.

As reported by The Drive, when looking over a patent on the technology, an examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office responded with skepticism that such a craft exists only to receive a personal letter from the Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Navy, who explained that Chinese researchers are ‘investing significantly’ in the craft.

The patent application, titled ‘Craft using an inertial mass reduction device’ lists Salvatore Cezar Pais, a NAWCAD engineer, as the inventor and describes a mind-blowing technology that ‘can engineer the fabric of our reality at the most fundamental level (thus affecting a physical system’s inertial and gravitational properties).

In short, the patent says a ship using the outlandish technology would be able to surround itself in a type of quantum field that subverts the laws of physics as we know them.

This would theoretically allow the craft to move through air, water, or space, without succumbing to any of the effects of thermodynamics, or in the case of water, hydrodynamics.

According to The Drive, letters from the Navy to the U.S. Patent Office seem to suggest that tests of technology have already been conducted by Pais, who holds other mind-bending patents like a ‘force-field’ to fend off an incoming asteroid.

While the patent — which was originally applied for in 2016 — is only theoretical, the urgency of the Navy’s desire for its approval coincides with an increasingly transparent attitude toward UFOs on the part of the U.S. military.

Pentagon UFO Briefing Spreads, But How Likely Is Extraterrestrial Life?

Listen to “E21 7-6-19 Pentagon UFO Briefing Spreads, But How Likely Is Extraterrestrial Life?” on Spreaker.
by Jonny Lupsha                       June 25, 2019                    (thegreatcoursesdaily.com)

• As the US Navy is revealing information about encounters with UFOs, the question of life on other planets may warrant new examination from a scientific perspective.

• “There are possibly as many as about one Earth-like planet [orbiting] around every three Sun-like stars,” says Dr. Laird Close, Professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics at The University of Arizona. “We know that there are about 74 such Sun-like stars out to some 32 light years. That means… there should be on the order of 20-some, Earth-like planets within 32 light years of the Earth.”

• Dr. Close said that some planets in nearby star systems are near enough that we can use scientific instruments and methodology to detect whether or not they currently have or have ever had living microorganisms on them. Finding simple microbial life would “be a hallmark occasion for humanity,” says Dr. Close.

• The odds of finding intelligent life on other planets could be significantly lower than those of finding simple life. The likelihood is far less that an exoplanet would maintain a stable environment long enough for single-celled organisms to evolve into intelligent creatures, as it has done on this planet.

• Dr. Close relies on a book called Rare Earth by University of Washington geologist Peter Ward and astronomer Don Brownlee which requires that a habitable star system must have a ‘sun’ that is similar in size, type, and position in the galaxy to that of the Earth. “These, as we have seen, have been key to keeping the Earth stable for life for so long,” Dr. Close said.

• To make conditions on other planets even less likely to harbor life, Dr. Close further distinguishes the Earth by its having a Moon that stabilizes the spin axis of the Earth and helps create tide pools, and having Jupiter as a shield protecting the innermost planets from incoming impacts.

• When it’s all boiled down, Dr. Close gives the odds of finding another Earth-like planet in an Earth-like solar system is 1 in a million. With about 100 billion stars in our galaxy, and about 1.5 billion planets in the “habitable zone”. With 1 in a million odds of a planet with Earth-like conditions, and that leaves between 150 and 1,500 planets in the galaxy that might support life. Further qualifications like Earth’s hot core, tectonic plates, proper placement in the galaxy, and so on greatly reduce that number. “According to a strict interpretation of the Rare Earth hypothesis, you would probably only expect there to be three to 30 truly Earth-like photocopy planets in our galaxy right now,” reasons Dr. Close.

[Editor’s Note]   Dr. Close has found an obscure scientific study that allows him to narrow down the number of planets in the galaxy inhabited with lifeforms to three. He should be called Dr. Close Minded. First of all, mainstream science presumes that humans evolved from a primordial soup without any intervening assistance. Secondly, why is it that astrophysicists insist that the existence of extraterrestrial life depends on finding a planet that is just like our own, positioned in its solar system just like our own? Isn’t it more likely that a being will adapt to its planetary environment, or that the species is actually created for those conditions? It’s not a coincidence that the biology of a human being is naturally suited to this planet. Other intelligent beings surely inhabit planets naturally that are not particularly suited to humans. This narrow view of life in the galaxy simply supports the Deep State agenda of denying that intelligent extraterrestrial life exists anywhere else in the galaxy, and concealing that this planet has long maintained a widespread extraterrestrial presence, especially since World War II.

Most people are likely to have seen a fictionalized depiction of alien life by the time they reach adulthood, and these depictions are often caricatured. Science fiction novels and films, cartoons, video games, television series, and other media have told stories for quite some time of “little green men” visiting our planet for benevolent or malicious purposes. However, with the Pentagon ramping up its release of classified information about alleged naval encounters with UFOs to various government officials, the question of life on other planets may warrant new examination from a scientific perspective.

Optimistic View for Existence of Simple Life Forms

       Dr. Laird Close

When we discuss life on other planets, microbial life may be more probable than it is exciting, but it’s a valid point of discussion. “There are possibly as many as about one Earth-like planet [orbiting] around every three Sun-like stars,” said Dr. Laird Close, Professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics at The University of Arizona. “We know that there are about 74 such Sun-like stars out to some 32 light years. That means if we optimistically keep the ratio of about 30 percent, there should be on the order of 20-some, Earth-like planets within 32 light years of the Earth.”

Dr. Close said that some planets in nearby star systems are near enough that we can use scientific instruments and methodology to detect whether or not they currently have or have ever had living microorganisms on them. Should we find that they do, it would be a good indicator that much of the universe is brimming with simple life.

“It’s a very exciting quest for science and if we discover this it will be a hallmark occasion for humanity,” he added.

The Rare Earth Theory and Intelligent Life

On the other hand, the odds of intelligent life on other planets could be significantly lower than those of simple life. This is partly because of the amount of time it took for single-celled organisms to evolve into intelligent creatures. The corresponding likelihood—or lack, thereof—of other planets maintaining stable environmental conditions for that long isn’t very optimistic.

Dr. Close cited a book called Rare Earth by two University of Washington scientists—geologist Peter Ward and astronomer Don Brownlee—that details the factors needed for intelligent life to spring up on Earth, according to the “Rare Earth Hypothesis.” “First of all, our Sun is in the right part of the galaxy,” Dr. Close said. “It is not too close to the crowded center, nor does it exist way out on the element-poor fringe of our galaxy. This seems to be an important factor.”

Space Is The Place – There’s GOLD In Them There – Asteroids!

Is this what President Trump’s Space Force is really all about?
https://www.rt.com/business/462703-golden-asteroid-everyone-billionaire/

Love him or hate him, the former New York realtor is a shrewd businessman with a long history of dabbling in every kind of enterprise from airlines to vodka and sport’s teams to high quality meats.

News of a nearby asteroid worth $700 quintillion in precious heavy metals no doubt has gotten his full attention and fueled his enthusiasm for promoting NASA’s ambitious plans to return to the Moon by 2024…. and then go to Mars.

The recent craze about tic-tacs, puffs of methane gas on Mars, strange lights on the Moon and other unusual events related to UFOs has gotten those who are eager to see an end to The Truth Embargo about ETs all excited.

But the real deal about Space may have more to do with hard cash and endless amounts of Gold than alien autopsies, leaked notes about downed ET craft, faces on Mars and the other mysterious doings that have made the headlines in recent weeks.

And when it comes to Big Deals, Trump can smell the money from 3 AUs away! That’s why he assigned son-in-law Jared Kushner the new technology portfolio in his Administration.

It is likely the father of Donald’s grandchildren by Ivanka has positioned himself to benefit from whatever transpires in the emerging space economy that Catherine Austin Fitts has described in great detail.

It was rumored that Kushner and Sheldon Adelson were among the private investors who financed the Israeli probe to the Moon, Beersheet, that made it into lunar orbit before apparently crashing due to technical glitches.

The new club of space billionaires like Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson and Elon Musk are eyeing the heavens like the pick and shovel ’49ers of old.  But they will rely on robots, new rocket ships, advanced propulsion systems, AI, quantum computers and all the other paraphernalia of modern science instead of pack mules to get the job done.

The High Frontier of Space rather than the hills of California or the mountains of Alaska are where those in search of massive wealth have set their sights.  As Fitts, Joseph Farrell, Richard Dolan and other writers have stated, the missing trillions from the Pentagon may have already been siphoned off into a Secret Space Program as part of a Breakaway Civilization.
https://secretspaceprogram.org/media/catherine-austin-fitts-4/

The nerdy scientists, Tin Foil Hat crowd and those who indulge their Fortean forte for the esoteric and mystery school teachings regarding Disclosure and Ascension can keep on trucking with their books, conferences and impressive videos.

The literal smart money will probably be in Space where greedy Wall Street types and their ilk like President Trump pursue space commercialization with giant aerospace corporations like Lockheed, Boeing, Grumann and Raytheon privatizing their profits via secrecy and patents while socializing most of the cost into orbit which is financed by the taxpayers via NASA and the military.

Whatever intention Trump had to echo the sentiments of President Kennedy, who wanted to go to the Moon with the Soviets, or President Reagan, who reminded Gorbachev and the world at the UN that a common external threat from off-planet forces might require cooperation to save the Earth, Trump Derangement Syndrome and the Russiagate scandal probably have undermined that agenda.

Trump has shown himself more than willing to discard international law and reject treaties that he feels block making America great again.  It is safe to say that at this point he would have no reluctance to ignore or withdraw from the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 that proscribed privatizing the resources of space.

Yup:  Space is the Place for the future soldiers of fortune and businessmen willing to undertake the journey whether through their investment dollars or on-board like Han Solo!
