President Trump and members of the US Congress have recently received briefings about US Navy pilot sightings of UFOs. When combined with the Pentagon acknowledging that it had created a classified program to study the UFOs from 2007 to 2012 with Congressional funding, the briefings are leading to increasing speculation on whether we are on the verge of official disclosure on UFOs and their true origin.
Furthermore, the briefings are occurring at the same time as legislation for the creation of a Space Force is making steady progress through Congress. This raises the intriguing question of whether Trump and members of Congress have been told Space Force is necessary to deal with UFOs being sighted by the Navy pilots which are being viewed by the Pentagon as a potential threat.
In an interview with ABC TV host, George Stephanopoulos, President Donald Trump admitted that he received a briefing about UFO sightings by US Navy pilots that occurred in 2004 and 2015. In a June 15 story titled: “Trump briefed on Navy UFO sightings,” Politico’s Matthew Choi wrote about what Trump told Stephanopoulos:
“I want them to think whatever they think,” Trump said of the Navy pilots. “I did have one very brief meeting on it. But people are saying they’re seeing UFOs. Do I believe it? Not particularly.”
Trump was here acknowledging that he doesn’t believe in UFOs, which has the connotation of being an extraterrestrial piloted spacecraft. Reading between the lines here, Trump is hinting that what the Navy pilots saw were not UFOs but something else that he and the Pentagon knew the answer to.
When asked the question of whether he knew of an extraterrestrial connection to the sightings, he told Stephanopoulos:
“I think our great pilots would know. And some of them see things a little bit different from the past. … We’re watching, and you’ll be the first to know.”
Trump appeared to be deflecting from what he really knew about the alien connection, but one thing he emphasized was that his administration is paying attention to what the Navy pilots have been reporting. Again, reading between the lines, Trump is saying that his administration is actively seeking answers to the UFO phenomenon, and when he finds out, he will relay this to Stephanopoulos and the general public.
A few days later on June 19, Politico ran a story where it discussed three US Senators that had also received classified briefings on the UFO sightings by Navy pilots. In “Senators briefed on Navy UFO sightings”, Bryan Bender wrote:
Three more U.S. senators received a classified Pentagon briefing on Wednesday about a series of reported encounters by the Navy with unidentified aircraft, according to congressional and military officials — part of a growing number of requests from members of key oversight committees.
One of them was Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, whose office confirmed the briefing to POLITICO.
“If naval pilots are running into unexplained interference in the air, that’s a safety concern Senator Warner believes we need to get to the bottom of,” his spokesperson, Rachel Cohen, said in a statement.
Justifying their interest in the Navy pilot sightings as a “safety concern” is a convenient way for members of Congress to take an active interest in UFO reports, which have been officially dismissed and ridiculed for decades. This official policy goes back to 1953 when a CIA sponsored panel of scientists gave a damming report on UFO sightings that recommended a public education program to dismiss and ridicule UFO (aka flying saucer) sightings on national security grounds.
Ever since then UFO sightings have been reported by the mainstream press in a way that often mocks and ridicules the subject matter. What is very unusual today is that serving Navy pilots are given permission to talk about their sightings, and the press is giving their accounts serious attention in articles without any ridicule factor.
This is amply demonstrated in the many mainstream news stories that appeared after the New York Times and Politicoran simultaneous articles about the Navy pilot UFO sightings back on December 16, 2017. Both newspapers discussed the pilots’ UFO sightings, leaked videos of the UFOs recorded by their planes instruments, and the connection of the sightings to the establishment of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) back in 2007 with Congressional funding of $22 million.
All this coincides with the formation of Space Force as a sixth branch of the US military, which is currently being debated by both houses of Congress. In the last few weeks, two Congressional defense committees have approved the passage of bills authorizing the creation of Space Force. It will take another month or two for both the House of Representatives and Senate to pass their respective bills, and to then resolve differences in language and priorities between the two versions for their inclusion into the National Defense Authorization Act for 2020.
One thing is becoming very clear, Space Force enjoys genuine bipartisan support in Congress, and this appears to be a result of the current media and Congressional interest in UFOs generated by Navy pilot reports and Pentagon disclosures about its AATIP program. Was Senator Warner, a Democrat, told by his Pentagon briefers that the UFOs sighted by the pilots were an unknown threat, and this is why Space Force is necessary?
A few weeks earlier, Senator Ted Cruz spoke about Space Force being necessary to deal with space pirates. He was not talking about extraterrestrial visitors, but rogue elements from different countries or corporations that could challenge US supremacy in space.
It’s not coincidental that members of Congress are being briefed about Navy pilot reports of UFOs that led to the Pentagon setting up its AATIP program in 2007. They are being told that UFOs are an unknown threat, at the same time as the Trump Administration and the Pentagon are pushing for the establishment of Space Force.
It’s widely expected that Space Force will be officially created and set up under the Department of Air Force in 2020, mirroring the relationship between the Department of the Navy and the US Marine Corps. After its official launch, the stage will be set for the Air Force to unveil the classified space technologies it has been covertly developing for decades in a secret space program, which is described in detail in my newly released book, US Air Force Secret Space Program: Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force.
Official disclosure is likely to unfold in different stages. The first will be that many UFO sightings involve classified technologies developed by the USAF, along with similar aerospace technologies developed by Russia and China. Disclosure of an Air Force secret space program will be an optimal way of surprising the US public with news about the different sized and shaped antigravity vehicles that have been deployed for several decades now.
The second stage of disclosure likely involves future announcements involving the capture and reverse engineering of non-terrestrial technologies that date back to the 1940s, as also described in the US Air Force Secret Space Program.
A sure sign of what lies ahead is a leaked document about Vice Admiral Tom Wilson, former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, being denied access back in 1997 to a classified corporate program involving the reverse engineering of non-human made advanced technologies.
The leaked document identifies several scientists and former military officials who could be summoned before Congress to testify about their knowledge of such a reverse engineering program. Indeed the Pentagon official in charge of the AATIP program from 2007 to 2017, Luis Elizondo, gave an interview on Tucker Carlson on May 31 admitting that some UFO technologies had been retrieved and were being studied by the US government.
Carlson: Do you believe, based on your decade of serving in the US government on this question that the US government has in its possession any material from one of these aircraft?
Elizondo: I do. Yes.
Carlson: Do you think the US government has debris from a UFO in its possession right now?
Elizondo: Unfortunately Tucker I really have to be careful of my NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement], I really can’t go into a lot of more detail than that …
Carlson: Okay.
Elizondo: But, ah, simply put, yes.
https://youtu.be/O0AvRzm8J8s?t=266
This would set in place a means by which the Pentagon and the Trump Administration could reveal how retrieved non-terrestrial technologies were used for the USAF for the research and development of advanced aerospace technologies using antigravity, torsion field and other exotic propulsion systems.
Finally, after Space Force has been created and its arsenal of antigravity spacecraft inherited from the USAF is publicly revealed, the truth about some of the extraterrestrials currently visiting our world can be announced. Extraterrestrial disclosure can be done in a way that does not undermine public confidence over the US and other national governments being able to defend their populations against any possible hostile extraterrestrial actions.
The widespread media attention given to US Navy pilot reports, the association of the UFOs with the AATIP program, and Congressional passage of legislation establishing Space Force are all sure signs of major disclosures that lie ahead.
• On January 21, 1968, more than 25 people saw a round, dark-gray object about the size of a hot-air balloon descend and crash-land in a field at Berge Farm, near Madison, Wisconsin. The UFO appeared to drop sparks and debris as it moved through the air. The farmer recovered a piece of metal from the UFO crash and gave it to an investigative journalist.
• The journalist was staying at a local Holiday Inn hotel while he worked on the story. When the farmer called the journalist to say that someone had been to his farm asking about the alien piece of metal, the journalist hid the piece of metal in the back of the TV set in his hotel room. While the journalist was away, a hotel maid saw two men rifling through the belongings in his room.
• The farmer asked the journalist to return the piece of metal. When the journalist returned to his hotel room to get it, the two men were waiting for him. They wanted the alien object. He asked the men for some ID, and they insinuated that they carried credentials for numerous government agencies. The journalist eventually turned over the metal to the men. Later, when the journalist had a friend run the license plate on the car belonging to the men, it came back as CIA.
• The story is told in the book, “UFO Wisconsin: A Progress Report,” by Noah Voss. Chad Lewis, who wrote the forward to Voss’s book, gave a presentation on this and numerous other UFO sightings in Wisconsin at the Manitowoc Public Library on June 13th.
On Jan. 21, 1968, more than 25 people saw a round, dark-gray object about the size of a hot-air balloon in the sky. One witness claimed the object appeared to drop sparks and debris as it moved through the air. Ultimately, the object landed at Berge Farm, which is in the Madison area. Already at the farm was a sheriff’s deputy and three kids from the neighborhood. A witness recalling the event said someone saw something on the ground on the Berge Farm. The farmer recovered a piece of metal from the UFO crash and gave it to an investigative journalist called, mysteriously, “Mr. S” in the story.
The investigative journalist was staying at the local Holiday Inn while he was putting his piece together. A bit later, the farmer telephoned the journalist to inform him that someone claiming to be a fertilizer salesman came snooping around and was especially inquisitive about that piece of metal he had passed along. The farmer was becoming increasingly very nervous and wanted to see the investigative journalist in person again. The investigative journalist, now feeling a bit more nervous himself, hid the piece of metal in the back of the TV set in his motel room instead of carrying it with him, as he had been doing previously.
As a precaution, “Mr. S” asked the hotel staff to keep an eye on his room while he while he was away meeting with the farmer. Not completely surprisingly, a maid would later report seeing two men rifling through the belongings in his room. At his meeting with “Mr. S,” the farmer told him he wanted the metal chunk returned to him. After his conversation with the so-called fertilizer salesman, he now thought this metal object might be a national security risk. “Mr. S” returned to the Holiday Inn feeling a little disappointed he had to return the object.
Upon his arrival, he found the two men waiting for him in his room. They told him he had something in his possession that they wanted him to hand over. Naturally, they were referring to the chunk of metal the farmer had given him and that it was their job to pick it up. “Mr. S” wisely asked to see some ID. They responded by asking him which agency ID he would like to see and that they would gladly produce it. Eventually, after more conversation, “Mr. S” was persuaded to give the piece of metal to the two men.
Afterward, the investigative journalist called a friend, Mr. Steiger, who helped him track the license plate of the two men who had come to the Holiday Inn in to pay him a visit. Turns out the car was owned by a gentleman with links to the CIA.

• The YouTuber, Mavixxx, uploaded a video from Pana Rican of two glowing UFOs hovering above the Wasatch Mountain range in Utah on June 04, 2019 in broad daylight.
• Conspiracy theorists claim that extraterrestrial visitors like to hide themselves, and build bases, near mountain ranges or underwater, and that this known to NASA and the US government. They argue that NASA is intentionally covering up the secrets regarding alien life fearing a public panic.
• I see a fighter jet In the upper right corner. Is there a base nearby?” commented Muttaxe444 on YouTube.
• [Editor’s Note] SSP insiders William Tompkins and Corey Goode have both claimed that the caverns underneath the Wasatch Mountains in Utah was the location where the US Navy built its Solar Warden fleet of eight over-sized submarines retro-fitted with anti-gravity and electromagnetic propulsion during the 1970’s, and deployed in the 1980’s. Electromagnetic propulsion reportedly renders the object as a glowing orb to the viewing bystander.
Conspiracy theorists have long been alleging that aliens from deep space used to visit earth regularly, and most of the time, they will be hiding near mountain ranges and underwater. Adding heat to their claims, an anonymous alien researcher known by the name ‘Mavixxx’ has released a mysterious video that shows two unidentified glowing objects hovering above the Wasatch Mountain ranges in Utah.
After uploading the video of the bizarre UFO sighting on YouTube, Mavixxx claimed that the clip was sent to him by a user named Pana Rican. The conspiracy theorist also revealed that the alleged sighting happened on June 04, 2019. In the video which was shot in broad daylight, two unidentified flying objects, one pretty large when compared to the other was seen hovering silently above the ranges.
In the same video, Mavixxx has also unveiled several other UFO sightings that happened in the past few months, and out of them, the most interesting one being a clip apparently captured from Edmonton, Canada. In the clip, a jet plane can be seen flying low, and in the meantime, a cylindrical UFO zipped past the flight at an amazing speed.

• Ryan Graves is a Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot stationed in Virginia Beach who is one of a handful of Navy personnel who spoke with the New York Times recently about seeing UFO’s off of the East Coast of the US in 2014/2015. In the ‘To The Stars Academy’ produced “Unidentified” docu-show on History Channel, Graves hinted that he routinely saw similar UFOs when his unit was deployed to the Persian Gulf aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt in early spring of 2015.
• Graves corresponded by email with Tyler Rogoway of ‘The War Zone’ website to further clarify the record. Graves wrote that while deployed with USS Theodore Roosevelt battle group in the Mediterranean Sea, “we had less time to explore the (UFO) phenomena, … where it was such a daily occurrence we essentially only gave them enough thought as to avoid hitting them.” “I did occasionally see radar signatures that performed in ways that were consistent with our experiences back home, though at a significantly reduced rate.”
• When the carrier group reached the Persian Gulf, Graves related that, “It is very congested airspace…” But “I do distinctly remember seeing radar contacts that were very similar (to the UFO contacts off of the Virginia coast), if not the same, but again, significantly reduced in volume and inconclusive.”
• While there are parallels between the UFO events Graves and his squadron experienced back in 2014 and 2015 off of the Virginia coast, and the Navy’s encounter with the notorious ‘Tic Tac’ UFO that occurred with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group off the Pacific Baja coast in 2004, there is a possibility that these events expose secret and highly exotic technology belonging to the US military or even its adversaries. We have only scratched the surface. There is no definitive explanation for these incidents at this time.
As part of our ongoing and in-depth coverage of the military’s increasingly publicized encounters with UFOs, we want to share with you exclusive correspondence between F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot Ryan Graves and The War Zone. Graves is one of a handful of Navy tactical jet aircrewmen that recently stepped forward regarding a near constant string of encounters with UFOs while training off the southeast coast of the U.S. between 2014 and 2015. In the message, he answers our question regarding statements that the mysterious craft followed his unit while on cruise to the Persian Gulf aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. There was some discrepancy on this issue, with the New York Times first reporting the encounters stopped shortly after the unit and its air wing left on deployment in early Spring of 2015, while further testimony from Graves teased in short promotional clips for To The Stars Academy’s History Channel show Unidentified implies that they continued while the unit was deployed abroad.
Graves has allowed us to share his correspondence with The War Zone in an attempt to better clarify the record. Note that this email was written informally between two people with an understanding of military and air combat topics and jargon, so a bit of decoding is in order. When Graves says “AC” he means aircraft. When he mentions ‘Whiskeys’ he is talking about blocks of restricted military operations airspace or warning areas off the coast of America’s southeastern seaboard. The ‘med’ is shorthand for the Mediterranean Sea.
With that said, his letter reads:
Hello Tyler,
I enjoyed your episode on the War College podcast. You seem to have a strong understanding of many of the systems we have in the jet as well as the bigger picture of how the AC integrates into the carrier strike group as a whole.
I wanted to answer a question you seemed to have. During my discussions on the hill and pentagon, I broached the subject regarding whether the UAP’s were limited to the Whiskey’s by VA Beach and our strike group, or whether they followed us in theatre.
It is a difficult question to answer. While flying in the med during the transit, or while operating in the gulf, the workload we have is significantly higher and we had less time to explore the phenomena, especially at this point where it was such a daily occurrence we essentially only gave them enough thought as to avoid hitting them.
However, to answer your question, in the med I did occasionally see radar signatures that performed in ways that were consistent with our experiences back home, though at a significantly reduced rate.
In the gulf, it is more difficult to answer. It is very congested airspace, there is much more air traffic than one would expect, both friendly and otherwise, especially as we go through the straits. There was a handful of times that I had a moment to focus on externals to the mission while transiting inbound and I do distinctly remember seeing radar contacts that were very similar, if not the same, but again, significantly reduced in volume and inconclusive.

• A video from ‘Sharad Acharya’ in India shows a glowing, triangular-shaped UFO in the sky. “This is something different. This is not the sun. I believe this is not a UFO, this is something else,” says the eyewitness in the video.
• YouTube conspiracy theorists argued that Planet Nibiru (alias ‘Wormwood’) has now appeared in the skies and is now on a collision course towards the earth. Others say it is an alien spaceship from deep space. So-called “experts” dismiss it altogether, saying that the strange structure is the result of the sun’s rays penetrating through the clouds.
A strange and mysterious clip apparently taken from India is now the hottest debating point among conspiracy theorists and alien enthusiasts. This short video clip initially shared on YouTube by a user named ‘Sharad Acharya’ shows a triangular glowing entity hovering in the skies.
“This is something different. This is not the sun. I believe this is not a UFO, this is something else,” says the eyewitness in the video.
The video later gained publicity after it was shared by conspiracy theory YouTube channel ‘Mavixxx’. As the clip went viral, conspiracy theorists started putting forward various theories explaining the bizarre sky sighting.
Most of the conspiracy theorists argued that Planet Nibiru alias wormwood has now appeared in the skies, and the earth is soon going to witness a series of natural disasters. Conspiracy theorists believe that Nibiru is a rogue killer planet that has been lurking at the edges of the solar system, and it is now on a collision course towards the earth.

The U.S. Government is disclosing the reality of UFOs (or UAPs) through the efforts of To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (TTSA). Through the personal opinions of TTSA members, there is an informal admission that these vehicles appear to be made with technology not available in any country of the world. Serious individuals participate in TTSA, like former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon, former CIA Directorate of Operations member Jim Semivan and former career intelligence officer and microbiologist Luis Elizondo. They are presenting an extraordinary credible series (“UNIDENTIFIED”) in the History Channel and their media interviews are rendering UFOs credible and worthwhile to “serious thinkers” that otherwise would have to continue laughing about it.
TTSA and the History Channel are giving us interviews with highly trained military pilots and other credible witnesses and telling us about the evidence that was found inside the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) that operated in the Pentagon under the DIA and under the Secretary of Defense. TTSA has promised to show a “metamaterial” made with extremely fine, pure otherworldly isotopic layers, that loses weight when irradiated with terahertz EM frequencies and which, possibly, has not been fabricated by any known Earth technology.
This mind-opening stage of informing the public about UFOs (now preferably called “UAPs”) is a historical turning point and can also be considered a “confirmation” of basic aspects about UFOs that many ufologists had previously found. It is also confirming what a greater percentage of the population already believed or suspected. Since the USG (U.S. Government) is collaborating with TTSA by providing the latter with declassified UAP (or UAP) evidence, we can also assume that it is a moderate form of official disclosure.
But recently leaked emails mentioned by historian Richard Dolan are revealing that some persons historically associated with current TTSA members were also trying to find out details about other even more secret programs that had also been researched and mentioned by other ufologists. For instance, a 1997 meeting at the Pentagon previously revealed many times by Dr. Steven Greer (and which involved Admiral Wilson, Commander Will Miller, Dr. Steven Greer, and Astronaut Edgard Mitchell) is being verified through these leaked emails. Astoundingly, they likely show that the main, formal system (the ‘white world’ of intelligence) within the intelligence community doesn’t know what another (possibly unconstitutional, ‘black world’ of intelligence) system is doing in terms of the deepest research on extraterrestrial (or UAP intelligences) presences.
The leaked emails would also show that many TTSA members and collaborators (including scientists and some military working together in formal UFO/UAP research like in NIDS, The Aviary and the Advanced Theoretical Physics Working Group) know more than what they currently announce publicly, such that ETs are here. On the other hand, according to a June 17, 2019 interview given by Grant Cameron to Spaced Out Radio, the emails were likely rescued (post mortem) from astronaut Edgard Mitchell’s stash of saved documents which leads me to suspect that some TTSA members or associates or someone close to Ed Mitchell may also want the information in the emails to come out.

And this YOUTUBE recording “June 17/19 – Grant Cameron on the UFO Leak and Ryan Stacey from TESA” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eO5S2ybi6hY&t=923s
Also, a good compilation of the 1997 Pentagon meeting by Giuliano Marinkovic is found at http://omnitalkradio.weebly.com/pentagon-ufo-briefing.html
The so-called “Core Secrets” emails now exposed seem to show that not evenAdmiral Wilson (then with the conventional authority to supervise multiple intelligence agencies) could obtain in-depth information about some extraordinarily secret research regarding extraterrestrials. I understand that Admiral Wilson has denied the content of these email letters, but of course, for various reasons he would. The situation requires extraordinary research instead of infighting within the more serious ufological community.
Since I think that there are a FEW nefarious extraterrestrial civilizations, I do not completely agree with Dr. Steven Greer’s assessment of extraterrestrial civilizations but I also recognize that the ‘leaked’ emails confirm Dr. Greer’s much more complex and personally involved research, and the overall situation suggests the existence of an unconstitutional, unsupervised, led-by-corporations, secret, de facto research organization or “cabal”; something akin to a Secret Government…functioning above the law; a form of “need to know” and “compartmentalized” organization far exceeding the spirit of the law under which it was probably created by an Executive Order during President Truman’s time; an alleged entity – surprisingly – operating utilizing the official Government and legitimate intelligence programs but which got out of control as a de facto outside-the-Government entity even capable of utilizing some of its legitimate installations. IF it was originally set up by an Executive Order, it would have escaped constitutional, democratic supervision within a Government understood as part of a bona fide republic. But, is this just another “crazy conspiracy theory of the lunatic fringe” (as some versions about the Secret Space Program)?
And how could such an entity continue operating? How could someone like Admiral Wilson (“J2” the Intelligence Director for the Joint Chiefs of Staff) not have access to this entity’s research? As Dr. Steven Greer tells us, some of the reasons why this “Cabal” escaped formal control are that 1) Most formally elected politicians, academics and military do not want to do anything about it because the issue is a career-destroying taboo purposefully exacerbated by the Cabal’s influence on the media 2) That the means and methods involved to keep the secrets can destroy personal images and – in various ways – anybody that opposes them 3) That the general public and scientists, in general, have been manipulated to think that UFOs are either nonsense, entertainment or weird things of no consequence and 4) That they organize extremely compartmentalized projects and 5) That they don’t recruit morally upright individuals if they are to become knowledgeable of compromising information.
Also, a few days before, the following “Alien Autopsy” emails related to the film that Ray Santilli received and distributed in 1995 came out publicly.
Both sets of emails seem to be genuine as Richard Dolan would likely agree.
These unplanned disclosures appear to show that someone in the know within the formal Government or perhaps within the secret Government seems willing to reveal to the citizenry more and at a faster rate than what is being currently revealed by TTSA. This also has to be looked into carefully. It shows that apparently, from within the Bob Bigelow’s – NIDS research (associated with the white world of conventional intelligence and military), there was an informal attempt to find out about more specific extraterrestrial-related, secretive Government research, USAP programs. How is society going to respond? Can we collectively absorb a sped-up disclosure? Will most of society, including scientists, religious figures, politicians and mainstream media giants dismiss the importance of these revelations as they previously dismissed the importance of UFOs and the logical presence of UFO intelligences?
I am for an intelligent, comprehensive and educational type of disclosure. But, have we been collectively mal-educated by entertainment, polarizing tribal political influences, and greed to the point of not being able to sort out and intelligently adapt to life-changing information which challenges our classical sense of reality? Or, perhaps, we still have the resilience to do it. And perhaps for various exopolitical reasons revealed by a few genuine “prime” contactees we are sufficiently safe not to engage in antagonizing all ET presences even if some – a minority engaging Earth’s human family – are nefarious. Everything must be considered carefully.
As exopoliticians, we must learn not to discount verifiable and credible sources of information so as to over-rely on those sources that we personally prefer. We must be comprehensive but also careful with the verification of the source of information. Exopolitics should not be a “post-truth” endeavor! It must not be a matter of belief or it will be a tribal affair.
Moreover, besides taking seriously research that reveals multiple levels of secrecy regarding technology, we also need to come to terms with sincere accounts of actual contact with what could be called multi-reality UAP intelligences. If the intelligences that built the UAPs encountered during military maneuvers (possibly canceling what would correspond to 300g-400g acceleration forces) most likely do not originate in any country on Earth (as has been stated by TTSA members), then either the ETH (Extraterrestrial Hypothesis) or a more sophisticated type of “other reality hypothesis” (capable of being physical and also of overcoming spacetime physical limitations) must be accepted. Of course, there may be successful, yet unacknowledged retro-engineered vehicles that are not being admitted either for security issues or because (most or all?) TTSA members have not been ‘read into’ those programs. Thus, they can be truthful about what they say to the public.
Quite likely the TR- 3B and similar flying triangles incorporating gravity-canceling technology would be a product of some of those other secret (USAP?) programs but the dozens (perhaps up to one hundred) “tic-tac” UAPs detected during the 2004 Nimitz Incident would be more advanced and not be fabricated by Earth-based homo sapiens.
WE NEED TO BE MORE COMPREHENSIVE
Different segments in the population and different researchers emphasize specific aspects of the UAP phenomenon instead of attempting to embrace the entire picture. Some will only accept the reality of UAPs and the intelligences involved if the evidence is presented by former Government officers in an official or semi-official manner as a “threat.” Citizen experiencers and serious research that bring up other aspects – including direct communications with diverse UAP intelligences – do not register in their minds as significant. However, if these aspects (still taboo) were presented integrally more people would open up to a comprehensive approach which not only includes consciousness and technology but also the reasons pertaining to the question of why.
For humanity to shift directions and stop destroying nature and itself it requires such an integrative, comprehensive approach to UAPS and UAP intelligences. We need to evolve in an unprecedented way beyond our xenophobic leanings to be able to see ourselves as one civilization capable of handling the upcoming technology.
The Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (FREE) focuses on a grass-roots disclosure which – by means of a scientific, international survey – validates the patterns which emerge from the anonymous testimonies of thousands of experiencers of contact with (so-called) “non-human intelligences.”
I think that FREE’s survey ought to be recognized for a more complete assessment and disclosure.
The multidimensional evidence about different aspects of humanity’s interaction with more technologically advanced intelligences related to UAPs should be carefully assembled. From credible pilots encountering these craft during military maneuvers to credible historical and individual encounters with the alleged pilots of UFOS or UAPs. Otherwise, our understanding will not be comprehensive enough and we will most likely remain holding on to a primitive, tribal approach… dividing our “UFO community” into camps and dismissing useful information; for instance giving credit to military-based revelations but not to thousands of contact experiences (or vice versa).
I don’t know if society at large has been “dumbed down” so much under corporate interests, selfish way of being, seeking easy answers or to blame “others” for pent-up frustrations that it will not be able to adapt to the situation but at least some people with critical thinking skills, world-centric (and not only nationalist) values, and an open mind should try to understand all of this comprehensively. Can it only be handled by the selfish and above the law?
For a careful and more responsible exopolitical response and strategy we really need to know WHO is behind the multiple types of contacts related to UFOs or UAPs. Moreover, we need to recognize that the personal dimension of contact relationships with these (physical, transdimensional and supra-physical) intelligences is actually taking place and that thousands of sincere, anonymous testimonies reveal patterns that we need to understand.
A link to the F.R.E.E. foundation working with experiencers is www.experiencer.com FREE’s information + UFO research + contactee experiences and research + CE-5 events help us to get closer to the whole picture.
But by emphasizing only an introductory “we don’t know who they are” datum and even a “POTENTIAL threat” narrative (although technically correct and – perhaps – actually correct from a modern intelligence perspective), we (The People, political leaders and cultural-scientific leaders) will not be able to make adequate peace-enhancing exopolitical decisions. We will quite likely project an “us vs. them”, business-as-usual, xenophobic, primitive, tribal reaction. And under these impoverished cultural circumstances, we will need to trust the powerful making all the decisions perhaps under highly biased and simplistic ways.
While I don’t think that every member of TTSA has a fixated negative orientation regarding the – various – UAP intelligences, from previous declarations I’ve heard, Mr. De Longe seems to be bent on that emphasis. For instance, he mentioned something about nuking the bugs or so. Maybe he was told negative things about some of the UAP intelligences but, quite likely, only an emphasis on partial information. Moreover, besides what information is initially coming out or being confirmed through TTSA, ufologists have been correct in different aspects of what is coming out and – historically speaking – many of them also emphasized that there also is a positive, in fact, benevolent side to the contact experience. Why would only a predatory expectation or an extrapolation from military human experience always have to be the credible or default position?
If some (or many) of the UAP intelligences manipulated (for good and ilth) our belief systems and even our genetic wherewithal that doesn’t instantly make them our enemies. That makes them more “parental” and it represents a complex relationship. If – besides FREE’s international survey – we carefully look into other historically reported two-way communications between these intelligences and persons around the world, we will find that – according to modern, conventional human standards – most of these entities do not mean us harm. Even abductions are better understood after some time. And the idea of there being more spiritually-inclined, yet also highly scientific “space-brothers” cannot be simply discarded because it doesn’t fit our current cynical ethos. I’ve known for decades of consistently benign contacts that also require serious working together for the benefit of humanity (and beyond) with some UAP intelligences.
Of course, through their technological power, UAP intelligences could POTENTIALLY harm us but for the most, this doesn’t appear to be their intention or modus operandi. They appear to have been here for centuries, even perhaps from the beginning of the human “experiment.” Perhaps we need to learn to work with a group of them and stay safely distant (unrelated) from another. We need to know. We need to know who is who. We need to make contact. We need to know the rules of engagement they operate with. Perhaps we simply forgot that we are them or that we are participants in a cosmic community. Both Sargeant Clifford Stone and Command Sargeant Robert Dean (whistleblowers with credentials) revealed the existence of many extraterrestrial species and a preponderance of well-intended, peace-loving extraterrestrials. Their credentials are authentic. We must learn to recognize credible whistleblowers. And we must learn not to attack these beings or force them to give us information or else, who is the ‘threat’? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwrp_Pxo_nc&t=871s
Sargeant Clifford Stone
Command Master Sargeant Bob Dean
In the more consistent and genuine contact experiences within the contact group Mision Rahma there was information that Earth was being actively protected from the incursion of some negative extraterrestrial entities and entities that didn’t want the human experiment to continue (out of jealousy and because – in due time – we could become very dangerous in the universe). This would mean that only a FEW inimical extraterrestrials would get through or be allowed to operate. The latter would be allowed due to the fact that they could have been here before the quarantine. In other words, the whole picture is complex and there may be a balance of power even among the ETs coming to Earth for a long time. But we cannot evolve in wisdom by cavorting only to a xenophobic mentality.
Given that only a few cases of UAP/UFO encounters have been deleterious or violent in no uncertain terms (like the Colares incidents in Brazil and some military pilots that apparently disappeared), sure, the possibility of an actual threat (at least from some of the UAP intelligences) has to be considered. But we should try to develop and publicly present a BALANCED VIEW of what is going on! And – generally speaking – FREE’s survey is a very important contribution that ought to be studied for a comprehensive and more responsible assessment leading to well-informed, balanced political-exopolitical decisions! It may well be that some (or most) UAP intelligences protect as against others and this is why we haven’t been conquered or wiped out. We need to find out and -instead of projecting all ETs as a ‘threat’ – befriend those (possibly a majority) which are in favor of us.
I currently believe that – in spite of the (understandable) Military Industrial National Security Emphasis – members of TTSA are sincerely trying to benefit society. I also believe that they (or most of them) are not really informed about other secret research programs, USAPs such as the most advanced retro-engineering and actual contact and knowledge about different extraterrestrial-multi-reality species. This may be why they are able to truthfully state that they don’t know who the UAP intelligences are. But can they truthfully deny that “anti-gravity” vehicles have already been manufactured from a long-term research project originating in the 1940’s?
They want to legitimate UFOs and start a widespread social conversation and ascertain threat. But how can a threat assessment program (as AATIP) assess ‘threat’ if the who and why is not studied?
While there should be self-interest to produce more advanced weapons and to militarize space for defensive purposes on the part of the corporate MIC elite, thus favoring the narrative of a new potential enemy – the extraterrestrial – I don’t think that most TTSA members would simply follow this. After briefly meeting them in a few UFO conferences they came across as very honorable, well-intended and patriotic men. Not as men that would do anything simply to satisfy power and greed.
If some in the formal and secret governments really know that extraterrestrials have been on Earth (and perhaps even modified our genes) why would they want to present them mostly or predominantly as a threat?
Possible prehistoric observations with saucer-like craft depicted in the Peche Merle cave.
A 1943 UFO picture from the city of Huánuco, Peru
There seems to have been contacts even in prehistoric times and ongoing military-related research not only after the demise of Project Blue Book but on a more secret level at least since 1947. I believe that AATIP was a SAP (a Special Access Project) to provide assessments to political leaders and military in the “white world.” It was not (or is not under a new name) a USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Project) that probably worked more directly with UFO crashes, retro-engineering and extraterrestrial bodies.
Two Levels
We need to understand that there may be TWO LEVELS investigating UFOS/UAPS, their technology, implications and their intelligences. The deeper, more hand-on level would escape Government supervision and might be unconstitutional as Dr. Steven Greer has affirmed for years. Even personnel working in SAP-level projects like AATIP may not personally believe (or want to believe) about some of the details allegedly said to be going on in some of these USAPs (some of which are adopted by serious researchers falsely thought to be part of the “crazy fringe” and some are adopted with added disinformation by the true “crazy fringe”).
Thanks to a Facebook post by researcher Custodio Da Silva I was reminded that in a 2016 Huffington Post interview granted to investigative reporter Leslie Kean, Mr. Christopher Mellon responded as follows:
Leslie Kean (Q): “Some inside sources have proposed that retrieved hardware from a UFO may exist within a private aerospace company which has become independent from the DoD. In this way, it would be exempt from government oversight and known only to a few people. Do you think this is possible?
Christopher Mellon (A): “I find it hard to imagine something as explosive as recovered alien technology remaining under wraps for decades. So while I have no reason to believe there is any recovered alien technology, I will say this: If it were me, and I was trying to bury it deep, I’d take it outside government oversight entirely and place it in a compartment as a new entity within an existing defense company and manage it as what we call an“IRAD” or “Independent Research and Development Activity.”
LINK to the article: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/is-there-a-ufo-coverup-a_b_9865184?ncid=engmodushpmg00000003&fbclid=IwAR1OXING0VBNpJ4rDGlikyvSdGMBTI01oUYohjnVQ33KsCT44XfrEJnuJes
Thus, according to an expert in the inner workings of intelligence USAPS would work with or as IRADS.
But who is promoting (or approving) that the U.S. Government assists TTSA (whose members had and have clearances to work with certain SAPs) in bringing out (albeit gradually) more official, declassified information about UFOS/UAPS (and quite incipiently “UAP intelligences”) to the public? And why information related with the Pentagon confirms and subsequently denies some of what has come out? Is it standard intelligence procedure, like Grant Cameron says has been going on for decades, revealing but also leaving the door open for plausible deniability? It seems reasonable to me. In this case, this procedure would come from the formal – minimally supervised – SAP level, with some individuals partially aware of some of the USAP-level activities, a plausible reason why the Bennewitz MJ-12 papers (with genuine information) were released in the way that they were released…with the possibility of denial.
But who is promoting this simultaneous “managed” confirmation and disclosure? Patriotic senior level SAP managers worried that some USAPs are deleterious and out of control? The ETs themselves? Both? The fear that other nations may go at it first? Is it promoted by a cabal that wants to promote a fake alien invasion? Is it an internal decision from those that formally manage the information? Was the leak of the emails mentioned at the beginning of this article made by a rogue element that (as per his or her assessment) wants to speed up a more complete disclosure? Was he correct in leaking those emails? Have those emails been “doctored?”
There are allegedly leaked photos that suggest previous Navy detections of UAPs.
UFOs have been detected during the Navy’s military, practice maneuvers for a long time as in 1952 during Operation Mainbrace (Thanks to information shared by Mr. Dave C. Beatty). This suggests that these UFOS/UAPS are not an actual threat. http://www.thinkaboutit-ufos.com/operation-mainbrace/?fbclid=IwAR2KAV9x2oyvBbNftvXlpYzJ5QVu4cFUFJ26lBRdHI7GIS4Nlev9EJetnCU
I think that when some TTSA members who participated in SAP programs sometimes basically say (about the intelligences behind UAPs) “we don’t know who they are” they are being honest because they may not have been ‘read into’ those more secretive compartmentalized USAP programs. The recently leaked email letters previously mentioned show people working in less secretly classified programs trying to find out more about more details from more strictly classified programs. Perhaps, as intelligent researcher and experiencer Melinda Leslie recently mentioned in a conference in MUFON Marin, Sonoma: (paraphrasing) elements of the white world of intelligence increasingly involved in a managed form of UFO-ET disclosure that extends for decades want to play more in the black (extremely covert, USAP, perhaps unsupervised) world of intelligence. They want to know what the latter knows and how they get their funding. The link to her presentation and analysis is: https://mufonmarinsonoma.com/?page_id=50&fbclid=IwAR22OO93AFRcWMVOmnH712d4H_gCtHjq36DtmjjH3Ojms336PNdBGTdszlQ
Be as it may, even if TTSA naturally tends to present the issue in terms of a “threat” (and, naturally, maintain an alliance with the military world intelligence, aerospace industries and research labs related to the Government) in order to develop different projects like their announced gravity cancellation craft through their public company (while researching into issues like the negative health effects of some forms of UAP and ET contact), basically I think that these persons – TTSA members – are honorable people. As members of what should be called the “intelligence white world”, they are just part of an environment in which they are required to think like that. However, I think that – in spite of their making UFOs and the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligences acceptable to “educated society” – the “threat” and military emphasis – while partially valid – should not dominate the entire social discourse and practical decision-making. As little as 5% of human -ET encounters may actually be ‘negative’. Some of the non-ET encounters may even be MILAB and some may also be encounters with non-physical entities. We need to know with precision to make decisions. I certainly hope that the covert entity called “MAJIC” or Majority Joint Intelligence Committee (by Dr. Steven Greer) – if it exists – is not planning a fake ET invasion or “false flag” for an illicit cabal or power group (including some billionaires) to acquire more control based on fear, greed and not trusting humanity’s highest potentials. I certainly agree with former Canadian Minister of Defence the Honorable Paul Hellyer that this would be a terrible thing to do instead of taking advantage of the opportunity to peacefully relate with peace-loving advanced civilizations.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1Gd80LRCfI
The Hon. Paul Hellyer
After personally conversing with some TTSA members, I got the sense that all or most are very honorable, well-intended individuals although (simply due to their involvement with the national security culture) they may naturally tend to over-represent the “threat” aspect. I think that through the efforts of honorable TTSA representatives the white (public, legitimate) world in which our continuously hyper-polarized politics exists and ‘us’ (the population in general) are becoming accustomed to the reality of UFOs and their intelligences. I certainly hope that they are not inadvertently playing into the hands of the alleged “cabal” or – worse – that any one of them is following orders (from those that supervise USAPS related with UAPs -in fact, multi-reality extraterrestrial vehicles – and extraterrestrials) helping to prepare the way for a false “alien invasion.”
It is a complex issue indeed, but an issue in which the future of human freedom (and the evolution of a culture that can truly flourish under democracy) is at stake.
Seeing these TTSA members speaking openly in interviews, in the news, and in the History Channel is instrumental to begin confirming (and officially disclosing) to the world that ETs (or multi-reality, technologically advanced beings) are here. After more than 70 years of suppression and of a “truth embargo” (as Steve Bassett would say) that situation is thankfully welcomed. But an emphasis in an “us vs them” interpretation of the whole situation regarding the UAP intelligences may be the most deleterious thing that could happen, fixating large segments of the population into a tribal and classic, dichotomous stage of evolution; disabling the possibility of a non-dichotomous adaptation; a necessary evolutionary, cultural response that should emerge for humanity to handle our current perilous age of simultaneous disruption and connectivity along with a post-classical “UAP reality”…a reality that challenges several epistemological foundationscross-culturally, forcing us to come to terms with a much vast, inclusive reality and way of being.
Below is a link to a summary of the basic experiencer survey results which also needs to be studied and understood in order to know who we are dealing with. This and further contact studies have to be pursued rather than dismissed in a condescending way as “ufology”: The link is for CHAPTER ONE OF the book “BEYOND UFOS” by the Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (FREE):
FREE is in the 5th year of administering the world’s first comprehensive, multilanguage, quantitative and qualitative, academic research study, administered on a
worldwide basis, on individuals that have had UAP (UFO) related contact experiences
with Non-Human Intelligence (NHI)– The FREE Experiencer Research Study. We
are conducting our study in 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Slovak
and very soon in Mandarin Chinese). We asked almost 700 quantitative questions for
our Phase 1-3 surveys and our Phase 3 qualitative survey is comprised of written
responses to 70 open-ended questions. We received more than 10,000 pages of
responses to these 70 open-ended questions from almost 1,400 participants in this
Phase 3 survey. For our English language surveys, we received more than 4,200
responses from respondents from over 110 countries. In our Spanish language survey,
we have received 770 responses and we have a separate Spanish speaking research
committee analyzing this data.
What follows is another scientific article from F.R.E.E. Presented at the Society for Scientific Exploration in 2018. “A Study on Reported Contact with Non-Human Intelligence Associated with Unidentified Aerial Phenomena”
• A four-year-old girl in Airdrie, Scotland, a town in North Lanarkshire, pointed out an object in the night sky to her father, who then video recorded the UFO above a tree line. The footage shows the UFO as it was hovering, but then it suddenly vanishes. The girl’s father can be heard saying “it just disappeared.” (see 2:34 minute video of UFO cloaking below)
• The eyewitness says “the craft engaging it’s ‘Cloaking technology’ because the UFO didn’t fly out of view, it simply vanished.” It did vanish into thin air, and was nowhere to be found after that.
• With today’s technology and a bit of acting, UFO “sightings” can be easily faked. A video from 2018, posted by YouTuber SECTION 51 2.0 titled “Ring-shaped UFOS in ICELAND (CGI)”, for example, shows how computer-generated UFOs can look real. The video shows two huge ring-shaped UFOs flying off the coast of southern Iceland. They are “caught on camera” by a woman who was making sounds like she was terrified. Despite the YouTuber’s honesty in saying the video featured CGI, some viewers still believed the video and thought that the UFOs featured were real because of the woman’s “petrified” voice. (see 3:33 minute fake CGI video of ring craft over Iceland below)
A UFO enthusiast shared some footage of what he claimed to be a UFO sighting in Scotland. The footage showed the alleged UFO as it was hovering, but suddenly vanished.
Self-titled UFO expert Scott Waring shared a video of a UFO flying above trees in Airdrie, a town in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. He said the video was posted on YouTube by a “reliable UFO expert” with a YouTube account named “The Hidden Underbelly 2.0.” Waring shared the video on the ET Database.
The video showed something dark colored hovering in the sky above the trees near a house where the person holding the camera was. Waring said that according to an eyewitness, the flying object was first spotted by a four-year-old girl, followed by her father who, after a few moments, “realised that this was a UFO.”
Soon, the “UFO” moved slowly towards the trees, but before it could actually hide from plain sight behind the foliage, it suddenly vanished. A man, likely the girl’s father, could be heard saying “it just disappeared.”

• On May 18th, Fotohota Youtube channel posted a video clip shot from Moscow, Russia of the moon with an orange haze. As the camera zooms in, a collection of black objects can be seen slowly moving across the star. At certain points the dots move towards each other before separating again. (see two videos below)
• “They are not near the moon because there is no shadow,” the videographer added. “They are between the Earth and the moon, but not far from the moon.” “Their sizes are not small.”
• “Definitely the best evidence of the year,” one YouTuber wrote. “There are loads of them nearly covering the moon and these objects are huge in size.” A worried viewer added: “This isn’t good.”

• Christopher Deperno and Sam Falvo investigate unidentified flying objects for the New York chapter of the Mutual UFO Network, a global organization established in 1969. Author and researcher Linda Zimmermann has investigated some 500 eyewitness accounts of UFO’s in the Hudson Valley NY area. Zimmermann and Falvo’s organizations have now formed a joint venture called Project Aries – with the goal of collecting as much data as possible on Hudson Valley UFO sightings.
• “We do know that the phenomenon is real,” said Falvo. “Military pilots, army personnel… the U.S. Navy now… all of them have reported different types of sightings,” added Deperno. Even NASA is conceding it’s possible the universe contains different life forms. Experts say the race is heating up to find answers as to who they are, where they’re from, and what they may want from us.
• What has long been considered a fringe field of science, the search for answers about extraterrestrials and UFOs has gone mainstream. Prestigious universities including Harvard and Penn State are dedicating some of their brightest minds to this as a new field of study. “We believe the search for extraterrestrial intelligence needs a permanent academic home,” said Penn State’s Jason Wright. In the private sector, there is funding everything from digital, interstellar communication, to a dish that emits radio waves.
• Why has the Hudson Valley of New York state become such a UFO hot spot? “There is the possibility that they are drawn to the water here… the rivers, the lakes, and reservoirs, but also this area has a very unique magnetic field and gravitational field,” Zimmermann said. (see 2:20 minute video from CBS New York on the UFOs in the Hudson Valley)
NEW YORK (CBS NewYork) – The search for extraterrestrial activity is getting some credibility.
Notable scientists are getting behind a push to make contact with whatever might be out there.

by Missy Sullivan and Greg Daugherty May 20, 2019 (history.com)
• Luis Elizondo, the former DoD intelligence officer who headed up the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) until 2012, is now an investigator with Tom DeLonge’s ‘To The Stars Academy’ and is featured on HISTORY’s new television program (ie: the History Channel), “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation”.
• It was Elizondo and the ‘To The Stars Academy’ that were integral in bringing to the public the ‘Tic Tac’ UFO Navy cockpit video from 2004, with USS Nimitz-based pilots’ comments that included, “Holy sh*t, what is that?”, and “It’s white. It has no wings. It has no rotors,” and “It didn’t fly like an aircraft. It was so unpredictable.”
• When Elizondo ran the DoD’s AATIP, he compiled a list of extraordinary, logic-defying capabilities most commonly associated with unidentified aerial phenomena sightings. Here are Elizondo’s “five observables”:
1) Anti-gravity lift – UAPs (Unidentified Ariel Phenomenon) have no visible means of propulsion and lack flight surfaces such as wings – thus the tubular, ‘Tic Tac’ description.
2) Sudden and instantaneous acceleration – UAPs will accelerate or change direction so quickly that no human pilot could survive the g-forces.
3) Hypersonic velocities without signatures – Aircraft traveling faster than the speed of sound will typically leave a “signature” like vapor trails and sonic booms. UAPs don’t.
4) Low observability or cloaking – Witnesses to a UAP will usually only see a glow or haze around them.
5) Trans-medium travel – UAPs have been seen moving in and between different environments, such as space, the earth’s atmosphere and even water. USS Princeton radar operator Gary Vorhees later confirmed from a Navy sonar operator in the area that day that a craft was moving faster than 70 knots underwater, roughly two times the speed of nuclear subs.
• UAPs’ origins are still unknown. Are they a super-top-secret U.S. defense project? Do they hail from Russia? China? Or from even further afield? The only thing we do know is that their capabilities exceed any technologies currently in the U.S. arsenal.
You know a UFO has earned its “unidentified” status when cockpit transcripts from elite Navy fighter jets include this frantic pilot exclamation: “Holy s___, what is that?”
When Luis Elizondo ran a small team at the U.S. Department of Defense investigating military-based reports of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), he heard numerous such accounts—by some of the most highly trained aeronautic experts in the military. They describe objects that appeared to be intelligently controlled, possessing aerodynamic capabilities that far surpass any currently known aircraft technology.
Now pursuing his investigations as part of To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences, Elizondo is an integral part of the investigative team featured on HISTORY’s “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation,” where they have continued to gather eyewitness accounts:
“It’s white. It has no wings. It has no rotors.”
“It didn’t fly like an aircraft. It was so unpredictable—high g, rapid velocity, rapid acceleration.”
“I didn’t see a trail.”
“It was going 70-plus knots underwater.”
Those reports—from Navy fighter pilots, radar operators and other witnesses from the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier strike group incident from November 2004—were among a handful of shocking encounters the Unidentified team explored. When Elizondo ran the Defense Department initiative, called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, or AATIP, he compiled a list of extraordinary, logic-defying capabilities most commonly associated with unidentified aerial phenomena sightings. He calls those traits the “five observables”:

According to political scientists Alexander Wendt & Raymond Duvall, who wrote “Sovereignty and the UFO” (published in “Political Theory” in 2008), the functionality of modern sovereignty requires anthropocentrism, i.e. the view that homo sapiens is the maximum expression of intelligent evolution as we know it. If this is so, the presence of extraterrestrials flying around on Earth would place Governments into a quandary. They are supposed to be rational, scientific and modern but also to maintain anthropocentrism. It would seem self-destructive to tell their citizens that there actually are artifacts of non-human intelligence flying around in disregard of the territorial boundaries of modern nations? But that is what has almost taken place recently through former intelligence experts.
The U.S. Navy and Pentagon-DIA is confirming their interest in UFOs in major newspapers and media outlets like the Washington Post, The New York Times, New York Post, CNN, FOX. It’ is HISTORICAL. Qualified pilots and officers are allowed to give their testimonies. Will the U.S. Air Force (USAF) soon follow this greater openness?
According to Wendt & Duvall, the recognition of advanced intelligence is necessary to be accepted as sovereign. However, what if the truly unique, verified, intelligently behaved and unconventional UFOs/UAPs encountered by the U.S. Navy and Army and Air Force are not made from any known country on Earth as hinted by former Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) Director Luis Elizondo and by former United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Chris Mellon?
The latter expressed: “We know that UFOs exist; this is no longer an issue.” “The issue now is why are they here, where are they coming from and what is the technology behind these devices we are observing.” To me, this requires research of the contact experience and to attempt to make peaceful contacts.
Those current and former U.S. employees engaging in what seems to be a semi-official disclosing (or better yet, an initial-level confirmation), and also that UFOs (UAPs) are real and, moreover, that at least some are not made in any known country on Earth have also been careful to mention that they should be regarded as a potential threat. This is understandable from a military perspective. But is this the only way we should think about them? Or is this the only way the Government knows how to present this issue to the citizenry? And what if they have been here on Earth for much longer than modern nation-states? Were they always a potential threat? Are we – perhaps – more of a potential threat than they are?
UFOs are a worldwide phenomenon. Interestingly, there have been declarations (with a smaller effect than similar admissions within the U.S.) by representatives of UFO research commissions in countries like Chile, Uruguay, Peru, and France in that they research UFOs, even occasionally stating that some of them might not originate in any Earth country. The semi-official COMETA Report from France also comes to mind. But the effect that declarations like this have when originating in the U.S. is much greater. It may encourage other powerful countries to follow suit.
Perhaps China, Russia, and other countries will soon follow.
A UFO case officially researched in Chile
In the article “LUIS ELIZONDO: MUFON’s Exclusive Interview” that came out in the May 2018 issue of the MUFON Journal, researcher Chase Kloetzke asked Mr. Elizondo if they (inside AATIP) learned anything that keeps him up at night. The reply was “I think it’s not necessarily negative.I think we are in the precipice of potentially understanding a new paradigm. You know, mankind, our evolution has been marked by moments of clarity….I believe we are on the precipice of understanding a little bit more of our place in the cosmic neighborhood and I think that should be exciting and thrilling. We must remain cautious and diligent, but I’m not sure we necessarily need to be afraid. Concerned, sure. I’ll buy that. Afraid, I don’t think so.” His personal opinion – like that of Chris Mellon – seems to indicate that we are dealing with non-homo sapiens forms of advanced intelligence.
Mr. Luis Elizondo
Why Now?
Are these almost rotund confirmations of the extraterrestrial (perhaps also ‘multidimensional’ and/or ‘transdimensional’) hypothesis happening after more than 70 years of suppression and ridicule because the ETs have demanded that it is time to reveal the truth? Is it a strategy to find public backing to launch the U.S. Space Force (among other reasons to defend us against some of the ETs)? Is it for humanitarian reasons or to support a weapons program and an elite behind the Military Industrial Complex as some conspiracy theories purport?
The revelation of UFOs (and implied extraterrestrials) may diminish conspiracy suspicions exacerbated by the official denial and disinformation that lasted for decades. And the end of anthropocentrism may go hand in hand with the end of materialism, extreme dualism, Newtonian reductionism.
The current stage of confirmations looks like a preamble to a more official form of Disclosure. If no country on Earth has built the extreme advanced UAPs reported by pilots then it is natural to assume they are built by…extraterrestrials or by intelligent beings other than homo sapiens from Earth.
But if extraterrestrials have been with us for a very long time and this is also officially recognized, what rights will we be able to assign, grant or recognize in them? Definitely, in one way or another, sustaining our anthropocentric stance will be seriously challenged, perhaps after unreasonable resistance from some doctrinaires.
Contact and Implications
When Chris Mellon is asked by the Fox interviewer if there has been an interaction between human beings and these beings (from the UAPs) he responded that he wasn’t aware of it. But the possibility of there being ultra-secret, perhaps, Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPS) in which human interactions with UAP intelligences are monitored or even sought after and maintained through psychic or other means has been a credible ongoing research within ufology.
It may well be that Mr. Mellon is not aware of every covert research program regarding extraterrestrials within the U.S. Government. He probably did not have a “need to know” about this and his innocence/plausible deniability was being protected in order for him to be able to speak to the public candidly without compromising an issue still deemed highly classified and under an initial stage of partial declassification. If so, it would be reasonable to assume that there are more highly covert operations than the ones known by the intelligence assets now working for To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA) and that they would be useful to introduce society to the validation of the reality of truly unconventional UFOs (and later on – inevitably – of extraterrestrial or ‘other’ intelligences).
It may well be that, secretly, the U.S. Government has developed retro-engineered craft still inferior in performance to the so-called “Tic-Tac” and other craft mentioned by TTSA (and soon by the History Channel’s program “Unidentified”). For example, there are some photographs and night vision videos of the alleged TR-3B antigravity flying triangle which suggests such retro-engineering. Can we ignore this and other signs that some level of contact with extraterrestrials – either with them as sentient creatures or with their craft – has already been made at least since 1947?
Not long ago, former AFOSI counterintelligence officer Richard C. Doty mentioned that he was aware of Government research involving the extraterrestrial intelligences themselves. However, he probably knows that there is no way to prove such statements. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rES0rY7ah0
Other credible military testimonies regarding secret programs that may come in direct contact with extraterrestrials or “UAP intelligences” are those of Sargeant Clifford Stone and of Sargeant Dan Sherman. Are we already capable of communicating with some, all or any of the alleged extraterrestrials?
Can we relate with any of them as friends, allies or constructively? That would perhaps depend whether we share enough of the same psychological nature to produce some of the same cultural universals. Moreover, perhaps we should not call them “non-humans” but instead extend our concept of humanity to match their cognizance. Perhaps the capacity to reason with free will is sufficient.
If intelligent extraterrestrial presences are openly, officially or sufficiently recognized in a socio-political manner, we will need to develop relationships with them. If we cannot do much to stop them from flying around (not only military maneuvers and installations but all over Earth) we would need to expand our concept of sovereignty and make diplomatic efforts to reach agreements with them.
Serious contact experiencer research and surveys like that from F.R.E.E. (The Dr. Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters) should be very valuable to understand who ‘they’ are, why ‘they’ are as they are and what ‘they’ want. In other words, to answer the questions raised by Mr. Chris Mellon. However, we will need to eliminate the still ongoing taboo (even among many UFO researchers), the taboo of dealing with ET contact or of contacting extraterrestrials ourselves, something that many of my otherwise ‘rational’ and ‘objective’ colleague researchers shy away from.
Dr. Edgard Mitchell Scientist-Apollo 14 Astronaut founded F.R.E.E. to research contact experiences and to assist them when needed.
Summary of theDr. Edgar Mitchell FREE Foundation Academic Research Study on UFO Contact Experiencers & CONSCIOUSNESS
FREE is comprised of 15 Ph.D. academic professors and medical doctors and 10 lay investigators. !!!! If you want to receive a FREE copy of our 120-page Chapter One from our book, send us an email to INFO@EXPERIENCER.ORG. RESEARCH FINDINGS:
1. POSITIVE: The overwhelming number of contact experiences are mainly positive, between 85-95% depending on the question asked. We asked the question of whether their experience was positive, negative, or neutral in more than 25 different questions. Chapter One of our book provides many more details and explanations to this finding.
2. PARANORMAL & NOT PHYSICAL: The Contact Experience is overwhelmingly NOT a Physical/Material Phenomena– instead, it is a Paranormal/Psychic Phenomena. Both Dr. Jacque Vallee, Dr. Allan Hynek, Dr. John Mack, Dr. Edgar Mitchell and many others hypothesized this more than 30 years ago.
3. TRANSFORMATIVE: The Contact Experience is an overwhelmingly Transformative Experience for the Positive. Over 85% of the FREE survey participants, now more than 4,200 individuals, have become: more loving to other humans, more ecological, less materialist, more spiritual, do not fear death, know the purpose of their life, are more consciously aware, less religious, etc.
4. SPACE-TIME: Contact involves manipulation of Space/Time and this, in turn, leads one to hypothesize that this Non-Human Intelligence might be multi-dimensional. This was pointed out more than 40 years ago by Dr. Jacque Vallee (Astronomer and legendary UFOlogist),
The Dr. Edgar Mitchell FREE Foundation was co-founded by the late Apollo 14 Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell.

Further Implications
If most extraterrestrial intelligences have a benign, positive, evolutionary effect in our lives (as surmised in the F.R.E.E. anonymous, international survey) we must not treat them all exclusively under the premises of them being a threat. Perhaps we need to think about evolving our views and consciousness first to eventually voluntarily join a cosmic community in which most intelligent species are our friends and only a few our foes.
We must grow up and learn to establish a mutually beneficial and mutually respectful relationship with them.
Perhaps a Space Force may be necessary to defend ourselves against some types of ETs if we want to relinquish the protection that another group of ETs is bestowing on us. But – again – we need to grow up/evolve as a unified peace-loving humanity to learn how to handle the complex and interrelated situation well.
Reassessing our cultural premises will have to come about. It will be major, unprecedented step in history.
Discovering a science that unifies physics with psychic phenomena and with the fundamental role of consciousness will have to come about. Preserving (or even deepening) our spirituality (finding common ground among religions) and developing the sense that all of existence is connected through God, One Mind or Source (even if discovering that human beings have been genetically modified by extraterrestrial beings) will be necessary.
Finding a way to live more dignified lives, with greater human solidarity worldwide, respecting Earth’s life forms and ecosystems will quite likely be required to develop a more open relationship with advanced extraterrestrial societies. We will need to perfect democracies based upon classic liberal principles.
How can we live in peace with ‘them’ (and attain “sovereignty” as a species under their more encompassing planetary expectations) if we cannot live in peace and cooperation among us and are continuously brutally extinguishing animal and plant life on Earth?
As suggested maybe we have lived under the protection of some extraterrestrial associations against a minority that may not respect our relatively independent evolutionary process. Thus finding out who are our friends and foes among different extraterrestrial “civilizations” will be necessary. But who speaks for the entire human family?
Should military institutions only or a variety of institutions and individuals engage in understanding the unavoidable meaning that we are not alone in the universe?

• In the summer of 2014, F/A-18 Super Hornet (pictured above) pilots Lieutenant Ryan Graves and Lieutenant Danny Accoin were part of the VFA-11 “Red Rippers” squadron out of Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA, a US Navy master jet base. They were training for deployment to the Persian Gulf using an upgraded cockpit radar system. As they would climb to 30,000 feet and then dive down to sea level, they noticed consistent UFOs that their older radar systems wouldn’t pick up. They ignored them, reasoning that these were false tracks. “It would be a pretty big deal to have something up there,” said Lt Graves.
• But the UFOs persisted, showing up at 30,000 feet, 20,000 feet, even sea level. They could accelerate, slow down and then hit hypersonic speeds. Lt Accoin interacted with the UFOs twice. The first time, he set his plane to merge with it, flying 1,000 feet below it. He said he should have been able to see it with his helmet camera, but could not, even though his radar told him it was there. A few days later, Lt Accoin said a training missile on his jet locked on the object and his infrared camera picked it up as well. “I knew I had it, I knew it was not a false hit,” he said. But still, “I could not pick it up visually.”
• In late 2014, Lt Graves was back at base in Virginia Beach when he encountered a squadron mate just back from a mission “with a look of shock on his face.” The pilot told Lt Graves, “I almost hit one of those things.” The pilot and his wingman were flying in tandem about 100 feet apart over the Atlantic Ocean east of Virginia Beach when something that looked like a sphere encasing a cube flew between them. An aviation flight safety report was filed. This was no secret drone. “It was going to be a matter of time before someone had a “midair collision,” said Lt Graves.
• The cockpit videos showed UFOs accelerating to hypersonic speed, making sudden stops and instantaneous turns -something beyond the physical limits of a human crew.“These things would be out there all day,” said F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot Lt Ryan Graves who reported his sightings to the Pentagon and Congress. “Keeping an aircraft in the air requires a significant amount of energy. With the speeds we observed, 12 hours in the air is 11 hours longer than we’d expect.”
• According to the Navy pilots, these UFOs appeared almost daily from the summer of 2014 to March 2015, high in the skies over the East Coast. The pilots reported that the UFOs had no visible engine or infrared exhaust plumes, but could reach 30,000 feet and hypersonic speeds. Some of the incidents were videotaped, including one taken by a plane’s camera in early 2015 that shows an object zooming over the ocean waves as pilots question what they are watching. “Wow, what is that, man?” one pilot exclaims. “Look at it fly!” (see 1:38 minute “Go Fast” video below)
• No one in the Defense Department is saying that the UFOs are extraterrestrial. But they have the attention of the Navy, which earlier this year sent out new classified guidance for how to report what the military calls unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs), or unidentified flying objects (UFOs).
• Leon Golub, a senior astrophysicist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, said the possibility of an extraterrestrial cause “is so unlikely that it competes with many other low-probability but more mundane explanations.” He added that “there are so many other possibilities — bugs in the code for the imaging and display systems, atmospheric effects and reflections, neurological overload from multiple inputs during high-speed flight.”
• The UFO sightings were reported to the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, which from 2007 to 2012 analyzed the radar data, video footage and accounts provided by senior officers from the USS Roosevelt. Luis Elizondo, a military intelligence official who ran the program until he resigned in 2017, called the sightings “a striking series of incidents” and included the infamous “Tic Tac” UFO off of the coast of San Diego in 2004. The Navy recently admitted that it still investigates military reports of UFOs.
• Lt Graves and four other Navy pilots, who said in interviews with The New York Times that they saw the objects in 2014 and 2015 in training maneuvers from Virginia to Florida off the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt, make no assertions of the UFOs’ origin. Lieutenants Graves and Accoin, along with former American intelligence officials, appear in a six-part History Channel series, “Unidentified: Inside America’s U.F.O. Investigation,” beginning Friday (May 31st).
WASHINGTON — The strange objects, one of them like a spinning top moving against the wind, appeared almost daily from the summer of 2014 to March 2015, high in the skies over the East Coast. Navy pilots reported to their superiors that the objects had no visible engine or infrared exhaust plumes, but that they could reach 30,000 feet and hypersonic speeds.
“These things would be out there all day,” said Lt. Ryan Graves, an F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot who has been with the Navy for 10 years, and who reported his sightings to the Pentagon and Congress. “Keeping an aircraft in the air requires a significant amount of energy. With the speeds we observed, 12 hours in the air is 11 hours longer than we’d expect.”
In late 2014, a Super Hornet pilot had a near collision with one of the objects, and an official mishap report was filed. Some of the incidents were videotaped, including one taken by a plane’s camera in early 2015 that shows an object zooming over the ocean waves as pilots question what they are watching.
“Wow, what is that, man?” one exclaims. “Look at it fly!”
No one in the Defense Department is saying that the objects were extraterrestrial, and experts emphasize that earthly explanations can generally be found for such incidents. Lieutenant Graves and four other Navy pilots, who said in interviews with The New York Times that they saw the objects in 2014 and 2015 in training maneuvers from Virginia to Florida off the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt, make no assertions of their provenance.
But the objects have gotten the attention of the Navy, which earlier this year sent out new classified guidance for how to report what the military calls unexplained aerial phenomena, or unidentified flying objects.
Joseph Gradisher, a Navy spokesman, said the new guidance was an update of instructions that went out to the fleet in 2015, after the Roosevelt incidents.
“There were a number of different reports,” he said. Some cases could have been commercial drones, he said, but in other cases “we don’t know who’s doing this, we don’t have enough data to track this. So the intent of the message to the fleet is to provide updated guidance on reporting procedures for suspected intrusions into our airspace.”
The sightings were reported to the Pentagon’s shadowy, little-known Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, which analyzed the radar data, video footage and accounts provided by senior officers from the Roosevelt. Luis Elizondo, a military intelligence official who ran the program until he resigned in 2017, called the sightings “a striking series of incidents.”

On May 26, 2019, the New York Times published a story about five US Navy pilots reporting UFO sightings in 2014 and 2015 off the coast of Florida. The story cites their descriptions of unknown craft that could fly at hypersonic speeds and hover over the ocean. Their reports were handed off to the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program (AATIP).
The five Navy pilots were interviewed by the New York Times reporters about the UFO sightings that occurred while they were conducting training maneuvers off the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt before deployment to the Middle East. The Times reporters said that due to the 2014 and 2015 sightings, that the Navy upgraded its classified guidance for how pilots are to report UFOs, which now are officially referred to as Unexplained Aerial Phenomena (UAP).
A video was included of one of the UFO incidents where the pilots could be heard exclaiming: “Wow, what is that, man? Look at it fly!” The video had been released over a year earlier and was the subject of a March 12, 2018, Fox News interview with Luis Elizondo, the former Pentagon official, who headed AATIP from its 2007 up to 2017 when he retired in protest over the lack of support the program was receiving.
In the Times story, the pilots made clear that no known piloted aircraft could perform the UFO’s complex aerial maneuvers:
What was strange, the pilots said, was that the video showed objects accelerating to hypersonic speed, making sudden stops and instantaneous turns — something beyond the physical limits of a human crew.
They speculated that the UFOs might be part of a highly advanced drone program that raised several safety issues due to the possibility of a midair collision. They refused to speculate further about the UFO’s origins. Earlier in April 2019, the Navy issued new guidelines for reporting UFO sightings, and cited safety concerns as a factor for the need to improve the reporting process.
There are several important takeaways from this latest New York Times story that follows a December 16, 2017 story that analyzed similar sightings reported by Navy pilots back in 2004.
The first is that the US Navy is allowing its pilots to go on the public record about UFO sightings that have national security implications. This has effectively reversed a decades-long military policy dating back to 1954 called JANAP 146(C), which forbade military and civilian pilots discussing UFO sightings that were deemed to have national security implications. JANAP 146 referred to possible prosecution under Espionage Laws for unauthorized transmission of UFO sightings reported by military and civilian pilots that fell under the official reporting mechanism established by JANAP.
The second takeaway is that the Pentagon is allowing official military surveillance video to be leaked to the public about a phenomenon which on the surface appears unknown, at least to the pilots witnessing them. It is more than likely, however, that the phenomenon is very well known to the military hierarchy who have sanctioned the leaking of the videos, which it needs to be emphasized are official Navy videos whose unauthorized disclosure carries severe penalties as JANAP 146 makes clear.
Third, the fact that the New York Times has released the story is sending a clear signal to other mainstream media sources that it is OK to discuss UFO sightings and their national security implications. We can, therefore, expect many more mainstream media stories about UFOs/UAPs in the near future as evidenced by multiple news sources immediately reporting on the Times story.
What can be concluded about the mainstream media’s newfound enthusiasm to discuss pilot reports of UFO?
It’s important to emphasize that there is no way the Pentagon would reverse its decades-long policy (JANAP 146) unless it was convinced that it could adequately explain the national security implications of UFO sightings. It’s more than likely the video leaks and pilot interviews are part of an official disclosure process of advanced aerospace technologies that are well known to US military leaders.
The Pentagon is slowly educating the public about advanced technologies it has secretly developed. There is abundant and compelling evidence that both the USAF and US Navy have developed secret space programs that utilize the kind of advanced aerospace technologies witnessed by the Navy pilots in the 2014/2015 and 2004 incidents.
It is most likely, however, that the US Air Force’s arsenal of advanced aerospace technologies will be the first secret space program that is to be revealed given the abundance of evidence proving its existence as I have documented in the US Air Force Secret Space Program. While the Navy program focused on deep space operations, the Air Force focused on near Earth operations and its craft deployed technologies that will be easier to explain as human engineered.
It will help the unfolding UFO disclosure narrative greatly if US Navy pilots are bewildered by the advanced technologies they are witnessing, thereby pointing to such technologies belonging to another military service. This will deflect attention away from the Navy SSP to the Air Force’s SSP.
It’s becoming very clear that the Pentagon has decided to move forward with preparing the general public for future announcements of advanced aerospace technologies that have been secretly developed in highly classified programs. This will be used to explain the origins of many UFO sightings over the decades, including those witnessed by military pilots that were studied by AATIP. I for one, don’t believe all UFO sightings can be explained as terrestrially developed advanced technologies, but certainly a great many are.
The advanced aerospace technologies secretly developed by the Air Force, as I explain in the US Air Force Secret Space Program, will be gradually disclosed with the official launch of Space Force, which is part of a long term strategic plan to eventually disclose and merge all advanced aerospace technologies developed by different branches of the US military. In the meantime, to get more information about AATIP and multiple military pilot reports of UFOs since 2007, you can tune in this Friday to the official launch of the History Channel’s, “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation”.
• On May 10, 2019, during a flight from Istanbul, Turkey to Cologne, Germany, Turkish pilot Atilla Senturk saw and video recorded a white UFO performing maneuvers with incredible speed. “[W]e saw an incredibly bright celestial body at high altitude. It wasn’t a satellite or a star. It was the first time I saw something like this. It was very close to us and very bright despite the sun,” said Senturk.
• The UFO sighting went viral and the YouTube conspiracy theory channel, ‘UFO Mania’, uploaded the video. (see 1:32 minute video below) Most of the people commenting on the video claimed that the bright orb could be actually a secret space vehicle developed by aliens. “That’s exactly what we need, more credible airline pilots stepping up and capturing evidence. Keep it up,” commented YouTube user MatthewDowling.com.
• Skeptics claim that this white object is either a weather balloon or a plastic bag floating in the air.
A Turkish pilot has claimed to have seen a speeding UFO during a domestic flight from Istanbul to Cologne on May 10. The pilot, Atilla Senturk, revealed that the UFO moved in an incredible speed across the skies.
Interestingly, Senturk also filmed the visuals of the UFO, and in the video, the apparently white unidentified flying object can be seen performing weird manoeuvres at an incredible speed in the day sky.
After witnessing the incident, the pilot also made it clear that he had never seen such an object in his flying career. He added that the object was very bright and visible despite bright sunlight.
“During Germany to Cologne flight, we saw an incredibly bright celestial body at high altitude. It wasn’t a satellite or a star. It was the first time I saw something like this. It was very close to us and very bright despite the sun,” said Senturk, Dailystar reports.
As the news of the UFO sighting went viral, popular conspiracy theory channel ‘UFO Mania’ also uploaded a video on YouTube detailing about this incident. The video soon went viral, and it has already racked up more 18,000 views.

• On a January night in Gaston, Oregon, David Stone and his wife were preparing to turn in for the night when Mrs. Stone ran her husband and said, “You got see this!” There was a bright, spinning light in the dark sky.
• “It was a spinning, colorful light and it was too, it wasn’t too far away but yet it wasn’t right here …. it was like, what could it be?” said Stone (seen above pointing at the place in the sky where he saw the UFO). “It would spin and it would get bigger and bigger and bigger and then it would poof just go away for like I don’t know a quarter mile, half mile, just gone and then come right back,” he said.
• Stone’s wife posted the video on social media, which began Mutual UFO Network’s Tom Bowden’s investigation. Bowden looked into air traffic patterns and astronomy, eventually concluding the flashing orb was an unidentified flying object.
• “Nobody could say one way or the other what it was,” Stone said. “God created the heaven and the earth so I guess there’s more to it than that.” Stone says despite witnessing the UFO, he’s still a skeptic.
• [Editor’s Note] Apparently seeing isn’t believing for David Stone who remains a skeptic of UFOs. Cognitive dissonance and mind control are not easily overcome.
GASTON, Ore. (KOIN) — It was a quiet January night in Gaston when David Stone’s wife saw something she couldn’t explain.
“I was in bed, my wife came home and she was putting some groceries away. She comes running in, ‘come out husband, you gotta see this,'” Stone said.
There was a bright, spinning light in the dark sky.
“Out here it’s quiet anyway and the stars come alive,” Stone said. “It was a spinning, colorful light and it was too, it wasn’t too far away but yet it wasn’t right here …. it was like, what could it be?”

Re: “Navy to take UFO sightings seriously” (front page, April 26): I was so pleased to see that the U.S. Navy has decided that UFOs do exist and they will be investigating the sightings.
In May 1968, while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, I encountered an object in Atlantic Beach, N.C. I was within 50 to 70 feet of the object when it landed and actually seemed to welcome my interest. It made no noise, no thrust, no nothing. It moved around like a laser dot on a screen, an approximately 24-inch-diameter ball of light but left a much larger imprint on the ground. The encounter lasted maybe 15 minutes.
There were four others who witnessed this event. They wanted to report the event, but I refused. I didn’t want to be labeled as some sort of nut. However, the next day I was summoned to a meeting with a Marine Corps captain from Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station. He stated he was representing the Air Force’s Blue Book investigation and asked if I wanted to report a UFO. I said to him, “I’m reporting either God, an angel or a UFO, something that flies that we don’t have.” He said I had seen a weather balloon and to return to my duties.
It was no balloon. Ladies and gentlemen, there is something more powerful and knowledgeable than the United State, Russia, China, North Korea and the world combined.

• A video taken in broad daylight in Argentina on May 7, 2019 shows a black ring-shaped UFO hovering in the skies. (see 4:02 minute video below)
• Conspiracy theorist Scott C Waring, who released the video on his ET Data Base YouTube channel, claimed that the maneuvers of this UFO in the skies indicate that it is not a balloon floating in the air. “The video shows the black ring moving like a disk…which is strange. Had this been a balloon it would be flipping like a wheel end over end. This one seems to stay flat, unlike any balloon I have ever seen,” wrote Waring.
Popular conspiracy theorist Scott C Waring has recently released a video apparently taking from Argentina that shows a black ring-shaped UFO hovering in the skies. Interestingly the video was captured in broad daylight, and the visuals of the incident literally resembled scenes from Hollywood sci-fi flicks.
|
In his website post, Scott C Waring revealed that the video was sent to him via mail by an Argentinian resident. After analysing the video, Waring claimed that the manoeuvres of this UFO in the skies indicate that it is not a balloon floating in the air.
“The video shows the black ring moving like a disk…which is strange. Had this been a balloon it would be flipping like a wheel end over end. This one seems to stay flat, unlike any balloon I have ever seen,” wrote Waring on his website ET Data Base.

UFO researcher Jeff Woolwine video recoded a brightly illuminated, diamond-shaped UFO in the skies over Phoenix, AZ using his Cannon HD camera 2:37 PM. It appears to rotate as it moves. (see 1:19 minute UFOmania video below)
[Editor’s Note] It looks a lot like the object recently captured on video hovering over a highway in Argentina (see here).
The latest shock UFO sighting has occurred over Phoenix, Arizona. The video – seen more than 28,000 times on Facebook – was uploaded by known UFO conspiracy theorist Scott Waring. And despite the amateur nature of the footage, Waring is in no doubt that it shows evidence of another alien spacecraft visiting Earth.
Waring wrote on his etdatabase.com bog: “This sighting was recorded by UFO researcher Jeff Woolwine of Phoenix.
“The video is one of the clearest I have seen in a while. said Scott Waring.
“The UFO itself is so reflective its difficult to get detail of its surface.

Move over Robert Bigelow, Richard Branson, Elon Musk and all you other billionaire space jockeys: Jeff Bezos is taking the high ground on the New Frontier (part 2) space race by promoting the vision of his mentor, Gerard O’Neill.
It remains to be seen whether he is coordinating his efforts with those of President Trump whose plans for a Space Force along with a return to the Moon by 2024 coincide nicely with those of Bezos.
The Amazon/Whole Foods/Washington Post (CIA?) tycoon may be reflecting the theme of the film, Interstellar, as suggested in the article below.
For those noticing the bleak state of Planet Earth these days, the movie Elysium may be a more accurate expression of what is going on with the Secret Space Program (SSP) and the missing trillions from the US budget.
The marriage of private finance with advanced space technology projects has long been a key feature of the SSP as described by many researchers including Catherine Austin Fitts, Joseph Farrell and Jim Marrs.
That’s why I believe the presence of James Comey and Robert Mueller as heads of the FBI is likely important to understanding that RussiaGate is a cover for the SSP. With their links to the Deep State and Military-Industrial Complex, these men have been well-positioned to divert attention from black projects and the corruption associated with them.
I believe the true importance of the ATTF revelations and the TTSA project is to let the public know in small doses the extent of the vast research being done to support programs such as those by Bezos, Musk and Bigelow which are carefully kept from widespread exposure.
Once again, it is the unique role of Donald Trump that is playing such an important part in these developments. His ties to Nikola Tesla via his Uncle John’s role in reviewing the dead inventor’s files in 1943 may explain more than many might imagine about this president.
Other unusual aspects of his background including links to the murky world of Roy Cohn with all that might entail about the SSP provides the context for at least some of what is going on behind the scenes as well as public declarations such as the new Artemis Moon project.
With the 2020 election only 18 months away, we will learn soon enough whether this issue will be part of the campaign or remain largely hidden within the realm of secrecy provided by the National Security State.
• On April 17, 2019, Gustavo Fabian Zarate shot video of a bright, saucer-shaped UFO hovering over a highway in Argentina and posted it to his Facebook page. (see 1:56 minute video below)
• “I never thought I’d go through something like this. Look, it’s a matter of belief or bust. The kids are speechless. Look at this thing, it’s impressive,” says Zarate in the video.
• The YouTube channel, ‘UFOMania’ reposted it, inciting numerous comments. UFO enthusiasts say that it is the military using extraterrestrial technology. Other claim that it shows that extraterrestrial beings are monitoring the earth, or even living on the earth. Skeptics say it is just a reflection of the windshield inside the car.
A creepy video shared to YouTube by popular conspiracy theory channel ‘UFO Mania’ is now the hottest debating point among conspiracy theorists and extraterrestrial enthusiasts. In the video, a bright UFO, probably disc-shaped can be seen hovering in low in the night sky.
Interestingly, the shape of the object seen in the video seems very familiar to the alien spaceships which we have seen in popular Hollywood sci-fi flicks.
The YouTube channel reveals that the video was apparently shot by a man named Gustavo Fabian Zarate on April 17, 2019, in Argentina. After seeing the bizarre structure in the skies, Gustavo soon took his smartphone and captured the incident.
“I never thought I’d go through something like this. Look, it’s a matter of belief or bust. The kids are speechless. Look at this thing, it’s impressive,” said the man in the video.
After capturing the incident, Gustavo shared in on his Facebook page, where it racked up more than 3568 shares. However, the clip became popular after it was shared by UFO Mania on YouTube.
After watching the video, viewers of ‘UFO Mania’ too put forward various theories explaining this weird sky sighting. Most of the people who watched the video claimed that aliens from deep space have visited the earth to monitor our activities, and some of them even went a step ahead and claimed that extraterrestrials are living together with humans.

• Apparently, enough incidents have occurred in “various military-controlled ranges and designated airspace” in recent years to cause members of Congress to ask questions and to prompt military officials to establish a formal system to collect and analyze the unexplained phenomena. The U.S. Navy is drafting new rules for Navy officials and pilots to report such sightings. The Navy is trying to assure its pilots that they won’t be laughed out of the cockpit or deemed unhinged if they bring it up.
• While the Navy indicates it’s willing to discuss the taboo topic, it is loath to make any reference to “UFOs”. Instead, they’re called “unexplained aerial phenomena,” “unidentified aircraft,” “unauthorized aircraft,” and, perhaps most intriguing, “suspected incursions.” This is peculiar since it was the military that came up with the phrase “unidentified flying objects” in the first place.
• Government programs dedicated to investigating UFO sightings in the late 1940s treated UFO sightings as a big joke. As a rule, officials dismissed and debunked any reports as hoaxes and hallucinations. The military created Project Blue Book to investigate claims of strange objects in the sky. Its director, Edward Ruppelt, introduced the term ‘unidentified flying object’ sometime around 1953. The definition carried no hint of extraterrestrial life.
• Edward Ruppelt probably didn’t imagine the journey his three-letter abbreviation would take over the years. Military reports were careful to avoid any mention of the dreaded ‘UFO’. In 1955, Ruppelt wrote: “… facts have been obscured by secrecy and confusion, a situation that has led to wild speculation on one end of the scale and an almost dangerously blasé attitude on the other.”
• Notwithstanding, UFOs infiltrated the public consciousness. They sailed into Hollywood with stories about aliens, from friendly creatures to nightmarish monsters. The lines between fiction and reality blurred. People told harrowing stories of nighttime abductions. UFOs became the focus of conspiracy theories about government secrecy. The people who believed in UFOs and aliens were regarded as ‘crazies’, a lasting stigma surrounding UFO truthers.
• After two decades in operation, Project Blue Book eventually concluded there was “no evidence that [UFOs] were intelligently guided spacecraft from beyond the Earth.” They attributed most sightings to clouds, weather balloons, and even birds. And any project that studied UFO was deemed a waste of time and money.
• Christopher Mellon, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence in the Clinton and Bush administrations and an advocate for UFO study, has said service members worry that reporting UFOs puts their careers at risk. They also worry that staying silent could threaten national security, in case one of those mysterious objects turns out to be a new form of aircraft from a rival country. “Nobody wants to be ‘the alien guy’ in the national-security bureaucracy,” Mellon wrote in a Washington Post op-ed last year. “Nobody wants to be ridiculed or sidelined for drawing attention to the issue.”
Pilots are about to receive a new memo from management: If you encounter an unidentified flying object while on the job, please tell us.
The U.S. Navy is drafting new rules for reporting such sightings, according to a recent story from Politico. Apparently, enough incidents have occurred in “various military-controlled ranges and designated airspace” in recent years to prompt military officials to establish a formal system to collect and analyze the unexplained phenomena. Members of Congress and their staffs have even started asking about the claims, and Navy officials and pilots have responded with formal briefings.
The Washington Post provided more details in its own story: In some cases, pilots—many of whom are engineers and academy graduates—claimed to observe small spherical objects flying in formation. Others say they’ve seen white, Tic Tac–shaped vehicles. Aside from drones, all engines rely on burning fuel to generate power, but these vehicles all had no air intake, no wind and no exhaust.
The Navy knows how this sounds. It knows what you must be thinking. But the fact stands that some pilots are saying they’ve seen strange things in the sky, and that’s concerning. So the Navy is trying to assure pilots that they won’t be laughed out of the cockpit or deemed unhinged if they bring it up. “For safety and security concerns, the Navy and the [U.S. Air Force] takes these reports very seriously and investigates each and every report,” the Navy said in a statement to Politico.
Yet even as the Navy indicates it’s willing to discuss the taboo topic, it’s also shying away from three notorious little letters. UFO carries an airport’s worth of baggage, bursting with urban legends, government secrecy, and over-the-top Hollywood movies. The statements and quotes that the Navy provided to news outlets are devoid of any reference to UFOs. Instead, they’re called “unexplained aerial phenomena,” “unidentified aircraft,” “unauthorized aircraft,” and, perhaps most intriguing, “suspected incursions.”
The message is, if you see something, say something, but for God’s sake, lower your voice. Don’t call it a UFO. Which is funny, since the military came up with the name in the first place.

• On April 17th, visitors to Mount Shasta in Northern California near the Oregon border took a photo of a “large light” with a cigar-shaped object directly below it exiting the mountain and flying into the atmosphere. The photographer submitted the photos to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). (see photo image above)
• Self-styled UFO expert Scott C Waring analyzed the images and believes they are genuine pictures of an alien spaceship. Waring says the US volcano (Shasta) has a long history associated with alien encounters. “‘In some stories, the city is no longer inhabited, while in others, it is inhabited by a technologically advanced society of human beings or mythical creatures’.”
• “I was told as a kid the stories of beings that lived below Mount Shasta, one of which is supposed to be the legendary Saint Germain who is famous for starting the new cultural Age of Aquarius, also called Master Rakoczi,” said Waring. “I call it an advanced alien race that is spiritual in nature and mostly keeps to themselves below Mount Shasta.” “These photos are proof that aliens still live within the mountain.”
• According to UFO expert Brian David Wallenstine, Mount Shasta is one of the most frequent UFO sighting hotspots on the planet. “To think that we humans are the only conscious life form in an infinite universe is not only trite but also egotistical and inaccurate. “It is for us to assert and see the truth through the plentiful discoveries made over the millennium in sightings recorded on rock drawings, archaeological digs, anthropological data, writings, pictures from telescopes and the advanced technology found, as our roadmap home.”
• Brigitte Nerlich, a professor of science at the University of Nottingham, blames the image on a psychological mind trick known as pareidolia: ‘the imagined perception of a pattern or meaning where it does not actually exist’.
The supposed alien UFO was snapped coming-out of Mount Shasta – a volcanic peak in Siskiyou County, California. A witness photographed the unidentified object on April 17 this year and submitted the photos to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). The UFO witness said the object was a “large light” with a cigar-shaped object directly below it. The UFO then supposedly took off and disappeared from sight.
The images have since been analysed by self-titled UFO expert Scott C Waring, who believes they are genuine pictures of an alien spaceship.
Mr Waring runs the website ET Data Base, where he analyses and compiles UFO sighting reports, video clips and photos.
In regards to the Mount Shasta UFO, Mr Waring said the US volcano has a long history associated with alien encounters.
He said: “Mount Shasta in the Wikipedia says ‘it is often said to hide a secret beneath its peaks.
“‘In some stories, the city is no longer inhabited, while in others, it is inhabited by a technologically advanced society of human beings or mythical creatures’.”

Unidentified flying objects (UFOs) have been recorded since ancient times. But it was Kenneth Arnold’s sighting of flying saucers near Mount Rainier in 1947 that launched the modern era of UFO sightings. The U.S. military immediately moved to discredit Arnold’s claims, along with any other claim of the existence of an extraterrestrial UFO. “The (Arnold) report cannot bear even superficial examination, therefore, must be disregarded,” the Air Force Materiel Command wrote. With Project Blue Book, the Air Force went on to discredit every single UFO sighting until the project’s end in 1969.
However, the civilian scientist who helped to run Project Blue Book, Allen Hynek, claimed that the Air Force had underplayed the credibility of UFOs. He went on to devise a classification system for grading UFO sightings – ‘close encounters of the third kind’, etc.
Taking its cue from Hynek, Newsweek magazine created its own rating system for UFO sightings on a point-based system. They points are awarded, or subtracted, based on factors such as witness credibility, photographic/video evidence, flight attributes, proximity, physical effect, and discredit by the government/military. The writer also used input from the Scientific Coalition for UFOlogy (SCU) composed of 45 UFO ‘experts’.
SCU board member Robert Powell says that some 6,000 UFO encounters are reported every year. “Ninety-eight percent or more of sightings are basically misidentifications of airplanes or Chinese lanterns, or a variety of different things,” Powell told Newsweek. Chiming in, Seth Shostak, the Senior astronomer at the SETI Institute, told Newsweek, “Could the rest be alien craft? Maybe, but that’s like saying that the 40 percent of homicides committed in New York City that are unsolved could be due to alien murderers. Possible, but not likely.”
Here are 25 UFO sightings and their ‘credibility rating’ according to this Newsweek writer:
Roswell Incident – Roswell, New Mexico July 1947: Hundreds of witnesses claim an alien craft crash landed near a ranch with one or more dead extraterrestrial beings inside. In 1997, the Air Force released a report denying everything, and declaring “case closed”. Credibility Rating: -2
Kenneth Arnold UFO Sighting – Mount Rainier, Washington June 1947: Pilot Kenneth Arnold witnessed nine “circular-type” objects flying in formation at twice the speed of sound. It was dismissed out of hand by an Air Force investigation. Arnold maintained his account until his death in 1984. Credibility Rating: 0
Levelland UFO Case – Levelland, Texas November 1957: Multiple witnesses reported seeing an egg-shaped object or a large flash of light moving across the sky in the small Texas town. The sighting was later discredited by the Air Force’s Project Blue Book, claiming the phenomenon had been caused by severe electrical storms and ball lightning. Credibility Rating: 0
Stephenville, Texas Sighting – Stephenville, Texas January 2008: Multiple witnesses reported seeing inexplicable objects moving through the sky or bright lights. Naval Air Station Fort Worth at first said that no planes had been active from that base that night. Then they retracted and claimed that those were their planes after all. Credibility Rating: 0
NASA Curiosity Rover Photograph – Mars March 2019: Ufologist Scott C. Waring claims to have spotted a UFO on Mars in images beamed back from NASA’s Curiosity Rover. Credibility Rating: 1
The Washington, D.C. Flap – Washington, D.C. July 1952: On two separate occasions Air Force F-94s were scrambled over Washington after UFOs were sighted on radar at Andrews and Bolling Air Force bases. The bogeys cruised at between 100 to 130 mph before zooming off at incredible speed, outrunning the military jets. Credibility Rating: 3
Valensole UFO Sighting – Valensole, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France
July 1965: Maurice Masse claimed he saw two humanoid aliens land a spherical UFO in a field and exit the craft. The French farmer said he was left paralyzed when one of the beings pointed a cylindrical instrument at him. The pair then flew away after briefly inspecting the surroundings. Credibility Rating: 3
Delphos Ring Incident – Delphos, Kansas November 1971: Sixteen-year-old Ronald Johnson claimed to have seen a glowing object hovering over a specific area close to his family farm in the early evening. When he went to fetch other witnesses the object had vanished. However, an eerie glowing ring was found where the UFO had been. Another witness corroborated to police the sighting of the strange flying object. Credibility Rating: 3
Loring Air Force Base Sighting – Loring Air Force Base, Maine October 1975: On two successive nights service members reported seeing a cigar-shaped UFO hovering over Loring Air Force Base, which was also seen on radar. The government attributed it to “unidentified helicopter(s) flying out of Canada.” Credibility Rating: 3
Val Johnson Incident – Marshall County, Minnesota August 1979: On the morning on September 11, 1979, Marshall County sheriff’s deputy Val Johnson encountered what he described as a white ball of light hovering a few feet above the ground while driving on a rural section of a State Highway. “[S]uddenly it was in the car with me”. Johnson woke up in a ditch half an hour later. His patrol car had suffered superficial damage and he had burns around his eyes. Credibility Rating: 3
Cash-Landrum Sighting – Dayton, Texas December 1980: Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and Colby Landrum claim they were followed by hovering disc with a single fiery thruster as they drove home in eastern Texas. When the trio abandoned their car they felt intense heat generated by the UFO. All three claimed to suffer health problems in the aftermath of the encounter. Credibility Rating: 3
Trans-en-Provence Case – Trans-en-Provence,Var, France January 1981: Renato Nicolaï, a 55-year-old farmer, observed a saucer-shaped UFO land on his property at a distance of about 50 yards. The lead-colored vessel then lifted off from the ground and flew towards a nearby tree line. The case is considered remarkable because of scorch marks left by the machine, documented and extensively analysed by French authorities. Credibility Rating: 3
Belgian UFO Wave – Belgium March 1990: Over a number of days, scores of individuals reported seeing strange lights in the sky over Belgium. Belgian Air Force F-16s claimed to have seen nothing. But the European media exploded when an image of one of the triangular UFOs emerged, which was then revealed to be a fake. Credibility Rating: 3
Phoenix Lights Phenomenon – Phoenix, Arizona March 1997: Hundreds of witnesses saw “otherworldly” lights move across the night sky over Arizona, Nevada and northern Mexico. The sighting consisted of a giant V-shaped craft with lights and a series of stationary orange and red lights hanging in the sky. Arizona’s governor at the time, Fife Symington, said. “It was bigger than anything that I’ve ever seen. It remains a great mystery.” Credibility Rating: 3
McMinnville UFO Photographs – McMinnville, Oregon May 1950: Paul Trent captured images of a UFO on camera after his wife spotted a slow-moving metal disk near their farm. The images were printed in Life magazine. The pair maintained their account until their deaths. Credibility Rating: 4
Shag Harbour Sighting – Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada October 1967: Multiple witnesses, including pilots, reported to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that they had witnessed a UFO with many flashing lights flying over the shoreline. A dozen or so witnesses said they saw a glowing orange sphere crash into the water and then slip beneath the surface. No wreckage was ever found. Credibility Rating: 4
The 1976 Tehran Incident – Tehran, Iran September 1976: Two Iranian F-4 interceptor aircraft reported their equipment jammed as they approached a star-shaped UFO over the Iranian capital. Ground control equipment at Mehrabad International Airport was also affected by the strange craft. The pilot Parviz Jafari said he attempted to fire on the UFO but was unable to cause any damage. “My weapons jammed and my radio communications garbled.” Credibility Rating: 4
Coyne, Mansfield Helicopter Incident – Mansfield, Ohio October 1973: Four crew members of an Army Reserve helicopter recorded a near collision with a UFO near Charles Mill Lake. The incident was corroborated by witnesses in Richland and Ashland counties who described an object or a ball of light moving in a manner inconsistent with human flight. The crew on the helicopter, piloted by Lawrence Coyne, reported seeing a 60-foot-long, cigar-shaped object with a bright green light. Credibility Rating: 4
Nancy France Sighting – Nancy, Grand Est, France October 1982: A biologist, M. Henri, and his wife observed a UFO that hovered for 20 minutes over their garden. The egg-shaped vessel had a shiny metallic appearance. Henri attempted to photograph the craft but found his camera had jammed. After the UFO regained altitude it moved at a speed and trajectory impossible for man-made aircraft. Credibility Rating: 4
Japan Airlines Flight 1628 Incident – Alaska November 1986: The pilot, Kenji Terauchi, and crew of a Japan Airlines cargo flight from Paris to Tokyo reported seeing strange flashing colorful lights that followed their aircraft over Alaska while the plane cruised at 35,000 feet. Credibility Rating: 4
Chicago O’Hare Airport Sighting – Chicago, Illinois November 2006: On an overcast day, United Airlines staff and pilots at Chicago O’Hare Airport reported seeing a flying saucer hovering over the airport terminal. The vessel then shot up into the air so quickly that it punched a hole in the clouds. The FAA called it a “weather phenomenon” and did not further investigate the incident. Credibility Rating: 4
Rendlesham Forest Incident – Suffolk, England December 1980: Between December 26-28, 1980, U.S. Air Force personnel stationed at RAF Bentwaters reported seeing strange lights near Rendlesham forest. The incident was never investigated. However, radar operators at the base recounted how they had observed a UFO moving too quickly for normal human flight. Credibility Rating: 5
Aguadilla Airport Incident – Aguadilla, Puerto Rico April 2013: A UFO was seen flying at low altitude across the Rafael Hernandez Airport runway in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. A U.S. Customs and Border Protection aircraft captured infrared video of the episode that was given to the Scientific Coalition for UFOology (SCU). The video shows the vessel travelling without lights below tree-top altitude, at speeds close to 100 mph. Credibility Rating: 6
USS Nimitz Tic-Tac UFO Incident – California Coast November 2004: U.S. Navy pilot Cmdr. David Fravor recalled seeing “something not from this earth” – a tic-tac shaped vessel moving at great speed – while commanding a U.S. Navy strike fighter squadron during exercises some 60 to 100 miles off the coast of Baja California. He recounted observing. A separate Navy jet crew tracked the object and filmed it for more than a minute. The footage was publicized by the New York Times following following the Pentagon’s acknowledgement of its Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program, a recent study of UFO sightings. Credibility Rating: 6
F/A-18 Super Hornet GO FASTER Video – East Coast 2015: The third video recently released by the Pentagon shows the high-speed flight of an unidentified aircraft at low altitude by a U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet off over the Atlantic off of Virginia.
[Editor’s Note] All of these UFO incidents, with the exception of Scott Waring’s UFO on Mars, are credible and true, and are excellent accounts to look into. This arbitrary rating system, however, is simply the mainstream media’s way of assuring the public that they are on top of the UFO phenomenon, and, as usual, there is nothing here to be concerned about. But should anything new happen that might change this perspective, the mainstream media will be there to tell the people what to believe.
The modern era of UFO sightings began in 1947 when Kenneth Arnold, a businessman and pilot from Idaho, spotted what he believed was a formation of flying saucers near Mount Rainier in Washington. Encounters with unidentified flying objects have been recorded since ancient times, but Arnold’s sighting hooked the American public. It was the encounter that launched a thousand theories.
The U.S. military attempted to discredit Arnold’s claims. “The report cannot bear even superficial examination, therefore, must be disregarded,” the Air Force Materiel Command wrote in a now-declassified document.
As reported sightings increased and UFO obsession spread like wildfire, its flames fanned by the notorious Roswell incident, the military attempted to douse the issue. A series of UFO studies commissioned by the U.S. Air Force culminated in Project Blue Book, which wrapped up in 1969 and found no evidence of the presence of extraterrestrial vehicles on Earth or in the skies above.
The Air Force clearly hoped to put an end to the UFO craze—but the studies had the opposite effect. Josef Allen Hynek, who had overseen the Air Force efforts, broke with the military, claiming the importance of UFOs had been underplayed. His scientific analysis forms much of the basis of modern UFOlogy and his close encounters classification system is the benchmark in grading the credibility of UFO sightings.
In devising our own credibility rating system for UFO sightings, Newsweek built upon Hynek’s foundations. The astronomer and preeminent UFOlogist valued sightings that involved multiple or highly credible witnesses. We have also incorporated advances in technology into our scale. The advent of cameras and infrared devices on aircraft have presented new kinds of evidence for sightings.
The credibility scale works on a point-based system. One point is given for sightings with multiple witnesses, another for an expert witness (a pilot, air traffic controller, military or government official). One point is awarded for picture evidence and an additional point for film of a moving UFO. Unidentified flying objects can often be explained away as foreign aircraft, so an additional point is given for UFOs seen to be flying in a manner inconsistent with flight as humans know it.
Hynek also prized close encounters. Close encounters of the first kind—sightings of an object less than 500 feet away—are given one point. Close encounters of the second kind, a UFO event where a physical effect is felt (a car light breaks, extreme heat is felt, scorch marks on the ground), are given two points. Finally, close encounters of the third kind, instances where an animated pilot is seen, earn three points.
A system for removing points has also been incorporated to account for cases where military or government bodies have discredited the sightings. Three points are removed in these cases, as the baseline for credibility in the scale begins at three.

In the final installment of this four part interview series we discuss photos JP took of spacecraft belonging to human looking “Nordic” extraterrestrials over MacDill AFB, Tampa, and also near his new home in Orlando, Florida. He describes an encounter he had with a Nordic in a USAF uniform who says they are helping the Air Force with advanced technology projects. JP described the Nordic’s uniform and a distinct patch he wore, before taking photos of the departing craft.
