• Puerto Rico’s Arecibo Observatory is one of the world’s largest telescopes, and was featured in the 1997 Jodie Foster film ‘Contact’ and 1995’s Bond classic ‘Goldeneye’. As depicted in the movies, the observatory was often employed in the search for extraterrestrials.
• Earlier in August, the University of Central Florida – which operates the facility – says a metal cable snapped, tearing a 30m-long gash in the dish. (pictured above) The damage was so extensive, it smashed through several other cables and platforms that support the dish, causing debris to rain down on the ground below and making it harder for technicians to access the site.
• “We have a team of experts assessing the situation,” Arecibo director Francisco Cordova said. “Our focus is assuring the safety of our staff, protecting the facilities and equipment and restoring the facility to full operations as soon as possible, so it can continue to assist scientists around the world.”
• Arecibo has been a key part of the international SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) program, used to not only look for signals from outer space, but send them as well. The telescope is also a key part of Earth’s defense against incoming asteroids and comets that could potentially threaten life on Earth.
One of the world’s largest telescopes, used to look for extraterrestrial life, has been badly damaged in a freak accident.
Puerto Rico’s Arecibo Observatory is about three rugby fields wide, and featured in the 1997 Jodie Foster film Contact and 1995’s Bond classic Goldeneye.
The University of Central Florida – which operates the facility – says a metal cable snapped last week, tearing a 30m-long gash in the dish.
“We have a team of experts assessing the situation,” Arecibo director Francisco Cordova said.
“Our focus is assuring the safety of our staff, protecting the facilities and equipment and restoring the facility to full operations as soon as possible, so it can continue to assist scientists around the world.”
LiveScience reports the damage was so extensive, it “smashed through several other cables and platforms that support the dish, causing debris to rain down on the ground below and making it harder for technicians to access the site”.

• In 2014, astronomers discovered a dormant neutron star in the Vulpecula constellation, 30,000 light-years (or 6 trillion miles) from Earth, but still within the Milky Way galaxy. On April 28, 2020, scientists trained the European Space Agency’s Integral satellite on this powerful neutron star, also called ‘a magnetar’, and found that it had become active again, shooting out radio waves and X-rays at random intervals. These are known as ‘Fast Radio Bursts’.
• The research study’s lead author, Sandro Mereghetti of the National Institute for Astrophysics in Rome, said, “We’ve never seen a burst of radio waves, resembling a Fast Radio Burst (FRB), from a magnetar before.” “It truly is a major discovery, and helps to bring the origin of these mysterious phenomena into focus.” The study has been published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters.
• Within seconds of his discovery, Merghetti enacted the “Burst Alert System”, sending out a global FRB alert to “the scientific community to act fast and explore this source in more detail.” Astronomers monitoring the CHIME radio telescope in Canada worldwide also spotted the “short and extremely bright burst of radio waves” on April 28th. Subsequent confirmation came from California and Utah the following day.
• Fast Radio Bursts are a mysterious but not an uncommon observation in deep space. First discovered in 2007, FRBs are relatively new to astronomers. Some of them can generate as much energy as 500 million suns in just a few milliseconds. It’s unknown why some FRBs repeat while others do not. Some researchers speculate that they originate from an extraterrestrial civilization.
Fast radio bursts (FRBs) are often mysterious in nature, but not an uncommon observation in deep space. However, researchers have discovered the first FRB to emanate from the Milky Way galaxy, according to a newly published study.
The research details magnetar SGR 1935+2154, which was discovered in 2014, but it wasn’t until April 2020 when scientists saw it become active again, shooting out radio waves and X-rays at random intervals.
“We’ve never seen a burst of radio waves, resembling a Fast Radio Burst, from a magnetar before,” the study’s lead author, Sandro Mereghetti of the National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF–IASF), said in a statement.
This FRB likely comes from a neutron star, approximately 30,000 light-years from Earth in the Vulpecula constellation, LiveScience reports. A light-year, which measures distance in space, is approximately 6 trillion miles.
Mereghetti and the other researchers detected the FRB using the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Integral satellite on April 28.

• With its harsh sandstorms, meteorites, and space radiation, the surface of Mars is nearly inhospitable. So researchers at the University in Bologna and the University of Padua in Italy have turned to the natural tunnels formed by ancient lava tubes, or ‘pyroducts’, as a good subterranean place in which to establish a human colony on the Red Planet.
• Lava tubes on Earth can run uninterrupted for tens of miles. The longest known lava tube on Earth is the 41-mile-long Kazumura Cave in Hawaii. But scientists have also found evidence of lava tubes on both the Moon and Mаrs. Researchers think that the lave tubes on Mars could be many times longer and wider than those found here on Earth.
• According to Italian researcher Dr Francesco Sauro at the University of Bologna, evidence of ‘lineаr cаvities’ аnd ‘sinuous collаpse chаins’ where the subsurface gаlleries crаcked were discovered in high-resolution images taken by interplаnetаry probes.
• Plаnetаry geologist Riccаrdo Pozzobon believes that lava tubes on the Moon could be 25 miles long, “mаking the Moon аn extrаordinаry tаrget for subsurfаce explorаtion аnd potentiаl settlement in the wide protected аnd stаble environments”. Such a lava tube could contain the entire city center of Padua, Italy.
• Mаtteo Mаssironi, а professor of Structurаl аnd Plаnetаry Geology аt the University of Pаduа, says that lаvа tubes on the Moon and Mars would be incredibly stаble due to the weаker grаvity. The mаjority of these subsurface lаvа tubes should be intаct. “The collаpsed chаins we observed might hаve been cаused by аsteroids piercing the tube wаlls,” said Massironi. “[W]e cаn get аccess to these huge underground cаvities.”
• [Editor’s Note] Secret space program whistle blowers such as Corey Goode have talked about lava tubes on Mars (and the Moon) as an ideal way to contain a pressurized oxygen-rich atmosphere in order to create a subsurface base. In recent history, this has been done since the Nazi German space program established a base on the Moon in 1940. This German base was thereafter expanded by American secret space programs to become the Lunar Operations Command, the primary multi-extraterrestrial-species Moon base.
The surface of Mars may be too inhospitable for colonisers, with frequent sandstorms and no protection from space radiation. Scientists are, therefore, interested in the possibility of subterranean life, exploring ways in which colonisers could set up camp in ancient lava tubes. Researchers at the University in Bologna, Italy, have now presented new findings with exciting implications for future colonisation efforts.
Lava tubes, or pyroducts, are natural tunnels formed underground by lava flowing from a volcanic source.
They are the third most common type of cave found on Earth and can run uninterrupted for tens of miles.
One of the longest known pyroduct on Earth is the 41-mile-long (65.5km) Kazumura Cave in Hawaii.
But the lava tubes are not unique to Eаrth аnd scientists hаve found evidence of them on the Moon аs well аs on Mаrs.
Reseаrchers аt Bolognа аnd the University of Pаduа hаve аlso proposed the tubes on Mаrs cаn be mаny times bigger thаn on Eаrth.
Whereаs а typicаl lаvа tube on Eаrth meаsures between 32ft аnd 98ft (10m аnd 30m) аcross, а Mаrtiаn tube could be 100 or 1,000 times wider.
Dr Sаuro sаid: “We cаn find lаvа tubes on plаnet Eаrth, but аlso on the subsurfаce of the Moon аnd Mаrs аccording to the high-resolution pictures of lаvа tubes’ skylights tаken by interplаnetаry probes.

• The European Space Agency (ESA) and Russia’s Roscosmos’ ExoMars mission to Mars that was scheduled for launch this year has been postponed until 2022 due to the lock-downs imposed by the coronavirus outbreak. When it does launch in 2022, the ExoMars’ ‘Rosalind Franklin Rover’ will be attached with a subsurface drill, to look beneath the surface for signs of life.
• Astrophysicist and research scientist Dimitra Atri at the Center for Space Science at NYU Abu Dhabi believes that subsurface conditions on the Red Planet could be the best for any microorganisms, because there are still traces of water – a main ingredients for life – beneath the surface. Also, any life beneath the surface will be protected from deadly solar radiation.
• In addition, the launch was delayed due to issues with some of the electronics in the robot, and a hardware concern for the solar panels. With the borders closed due to the pandemic, neither the engineers nor the parts to correct these issues are readily available. Professor of planetary and space science at the Open University Monica Grady says, “Each of the hardware issues could be solved, as could problems with software – but in combination, there was too great a risk that the time remaining before the launch was too short to ensure * full and thorough final testing.”
• “The final staging place before moving to the launch site is Turin, in northern Italy, where illness from coronavirus has practically closed the country and brought movement across its borders to a halt,” noted Grady. “Engineers from the UK, France, Russia and the US (at the very least) will be needed alongside those in Italy for the final testing.”
• [Editor’s Note] The place to look for life on Mars is indeed under the planet’s surface. Mars is teeming with a variety of subsurface civilizations, from indigenous intelligent reptilian and raptor species, to indigenous humanoids hiding in the crevasses, to secret space program bases belonging to the Nazi German/Draco Reptilians, industrial colonies belonging to the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, and the ICC’s mercenary military divisions: the Mars Defense Force and the Interplanetary Defense and Reaction Forces.
The European Space Agency (ESA) and Russia’s Roscosmos is set to up the ante in the search for life on Mars when it launches the ExoMars rover to the Red Planet in 2022. The machine will be attached with a subsurface drill which will be able to look beneath the surface for signs of life. By doing so, it will become the first rover to look for signs of life beneath the surface.
Some experts believe this could be the best hope of finding alien life.
Astrophysicist and research scientist Dimitra Atri at the Center for Space Science at NYU Abu Dhabi has conducted research, and found that subsurface conditions of the Red Planet could be the best for any microorganisms, according to the research published in the journal Scientificace to loo.
This is because beneath the surface, there are still traces of water – one of the main ingredients for life.
On top of that, any life beneath the surface will be protected from deadly solar radiation – protection which is lacking on the surface due to the Red Planet’s lack of atmosphere.
Mr Atri said: “It is exciting to contemplate that life could survive in such a harsh environment, as few as two meters below the surface of Mars.
“When the Rosalind Franklin rover on board the ExoMars mission (ESA and Roscosmos), equipped with a subsurface drill, is launched in 2022, it will be well-suited to detect extant microbial life and hopefully provide some important insights.”
ExoMars was set to be launched this year, but the coronavirus outbreak put a halt to that.

Article by Ravi Kopparapu and Jacob Haqq-Misra July 27, 2020 (scientificamerican.com)
• UFOs have been back in the news because of “unidentified aerial phenomena” videos officially released by the Pentagon. But the UFO phenomenon is a worldwide occurrence. Scientists in several other countries have studied them. Shouldn’t American scientists choose to investigate and curb the speculation around them? An interdisciplinary scientific investigation is needed, while discarding the taboo surrounding this phenomenon.
• Such unexplained UFO cases drew interest by scientists during the 1960s. As a result, the US Air Force funded a scientific group at the University of Colorado, headed by physicist Edward Condon, to review UFO cases from 1966 to 1968. The resulting ‘Condon Report’ concluded that further study of UFOs was unlikely to be scientifically interesting. Concerns over the inadequacy of the methods used by the Condon Report culminated with a debate sponsored by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in 1969, with participation by scholars such as Carl Sagan, J. Allen Hynek, James McDonald, Robert Hall and Robert Baker.
• Regarding the 1969 scientific debate, Sagan wrote of the “strong opposition” by scientists who feared that AAAS sponsorship of the debate would lend credence to ‘unscientific’ ideas. While Sagan himself dismissed the extraterrestrial hypothesis, he still claimed that the UFO subject was worthy of scientific inquiry.
• We, as scientists, should be cautious of outright dismissal of the UFO phenomenon by assuming that every instance has a “scientific” explanation. We must let scientific curiosity be the spearhead of understanding such phenomena. But these recent Navy pilots’ accounts of UFO sightings have failed to generate similar interest among the scientific community.
• Why should astronomers, meteorologists, and planetary scientists care about these UFO events? Because we are scientists. Curiosity is the reason we became scientists. UFOs represent observations that are waiting to be explained, just like any other science discovery. A systematic investigation is essential in order to bring the phenomena into mainstream science. Collection of hard data is paramount to establishing any credibility to the explanation of the phenomena. A rigorous scientific analysis is sorely needed, by multiple independent study groups.
• The transient nature of UFOs, and the unpredictability of when and where the next event will happen, is one of the main reasons why UFOs have not been taken seriously in science circles. But how can one identify a pattern without systematically collecting the data in the first place? In astronomy, the location and timing of gamma-ray bursts, supernovae and gravitational waves are similarly unpredictable. By meticulously collecting data from each occurrence and systematically observing them, we now recognize these as natural phenomena arising from stellar evolution. Similarly, gathering UFO data with tools such as radar, thermal, and visual observations would be immensely helpful. Not every case is a classified military aircraft or strange weather formation.
• As Sagan concluded at the 1969 debate, “scientists are particularly bound to have open minds; this is the lifeblood of science.” We do not know what UFOs are. This is precisely the reason that we as scientists should study them.
• [Editor’s Note] Back in the 1960s, the Condon Report didn’t stand a chance of seeing the light of ‘scientific curiosity and impartiality’. The deep state jackels had just gotten away with assassinating a sitting US President, and they felt invincible. The 1969 Condon Report was a set up, just like the Warren Commission. Even Carl Sagen, who played the role of the open-minded advocate of scientific curiosity, was later revealed to be an actual member of the top-secret Majestic 12 deep state UFO government debunking committee.
The question is, has the deep state lost its absolute control over the modern scientific community to a point where there are, in fact, some independent scientists who would make an impartial inquiry into the UFO phenomenon and reveal their objective findings to the public? Or will these scientists continue to bow to the deep state governmental authorities and private foundations that provide the funding for their work, and thus their livelihood?
UFOs have been back in the news because of videos initially leaked, and later confirmed, by the U.S. Navy and officially released by Pentagon that purportedly show “unidentified aerial phenomena” (UAP) in our skies. Speculations about their nature have run the gamut from mundane objects like birds or balloons to visitors from outer space.
It’s difficult, if not impossible, to say what these actually are, however, without context. What happened before and after these video snippets? Were there any simultaneous observations from other instruments, or sightings by pilots?
Judging the nature of these objects (and these seem to be “objects,” as confirmed by the Navy) needs a coherent explanation that should accommodate and connect all the facts of the events. And this is where interdisciplinary scientific investigation is needed.
The proposal to scientifically study UAP phenomena is not new. The problem of understanding such unexplained UAP cases drew interest by scientists during the 1960s, which resulted in the U.S. Air Force funding a group at the University of Colorado, headed by physicist Edward Condon, to study UAP from 1966 to 1968. The resulting Condon Report concluded that further study of UAP was unlikely to be scientifically interesting—a conclusion that drew mixed reactions from scientists and the public.
Concerns over the inadequacy of the methods used by the Condon Report culminated with a congressional hearing in 1968 as well as a debate sponsored by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in 1969 with participation by scholars such as Carl Sagan, J. Allen Hynek, James McDonald, Robert Hall and Robert Baker. Hynek was an astronomy professor at the Ohio State University and led the Project Blue Book investigation, while McDonald, who was a well-known meteorologist and a member of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) and AAAS, performed a thorough investigation of UAP phenomena. Sagan, a professor of astronomy at Cornell University, was one of the organizers of the AAAS debate. He dismissed the extraterrestrial hypothesis as unlikely but still considered the UAP subject worthy of scientific inquiry.
Recent UAP sightings, however, have so far failed to generate similar interest among the scientific community. Part of the reason could be the apparent taboo around UAP phenomena, connecting it to the paranormal or pseudoscience, while ignoring the history behind it. Sagan even wrote in the afterword of the 1969 debate proceedings about the “strong opposition” by other scientists who were “convinced that AAAS sponsorship would somehow lend credence to ‘unscientific’ ideas.” As scientists we must simply let scientific curiosity be the spearhead of understanding such phenomena. We should be cautious of outright dismissal by assuming that every UAP phenomena must be explainable.

Classified briefings given to staffers and officials from the U.S. Congress and Pentagon by Dr. Eric Davis on UFO/UAP reports have taken on great significance due to a July 23 New York Times story breaking the news that they were being briefed about “off-world vehicles not made on this earth”. In part one of this series, I discussed a 2019 interview with Dr. Davis, where he shared his knowledge of Special Access Programs, including a UFO crash retrieval project as providing the best insight into what he revealed in his classified briefings.
In the interview, Davis spoke of the lack of success scientists had in reverse engineering the “off-world vehicles” due to difficulties in understanding the new physics operating in the recovered craft. Of particular note was his belief that the reverse engineering program suffered from a lack of funding, which he explained as follows:
[1:23:43 Y.T.] So here’s the thing that you should know is that the crash retrieval program is a very small program. It is not a massive, huge government infrastructure…. It’s a very poorly funded program, and it hasn’t actually, probably hasn’t had money for a while.
Davis’ comment aligns with the revelations of Bob Lazar, who says he was recruited in late 1988 for a reverse engineering program at the remote S-4 facility at Area 51 on a flying saucer craft of extraterrestrial origin that was approximately 50 feet in diameter and 20 feet high.
In Dreamland: An Autobiography (2019), Lazar wrote about his surprise over the lack of people working on the highly classified project, called Galileo, compared to similar important projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory:
I did wonder briefly why it was that what seemed to me to be a relatively small group of people were working on a project that had the kinds of implications that this one did. Los Alamos and the project to produce nuclear bombs involved an enormous number of people and resources… For all I knew, there were teams all over the country working on this same project as Barry and I. At least I wanted to believe that. I wasn’t so egotistical as to believe that I was one of only a select few working on something so monumentally important as this was. [Dreamland: An Autobiography, p. 58]
https://youtu.be/Ig706g1Hk14
Davis and Lazar’s comments appear odd given what is known about the “deep black budget” created by the CIA in 1949 to secretly fund extraterrestrial related advanced technology projects. As I have shown in my 2004 Black Budget report, the funding available for such projects is actually massive, exceeding over a trillion dollars annually, greatly exceeding the entire Pentagon budget according to estimates spanning the years 1997-2000.
Clearly, the vast sums were going elsewhere, as Lazar suspected, rather than the reverse engineering project(s) Davis and Lazar were exposing. This raises suspicion that Lazar’s project, as well as the one Admiral Thomas Wilson had attempted to learn about (see part one), were in fact red herrings, distractions, designed to misinform UFO researchers and the general public when they learned about them.
What strengthens such a suspicion is what Davis had to say about the reverse engineering program’s termination in 1989, the same year Lazar emerged as a whistleblower. This makes it all but certain that Davis was referring to Project Galileo, the very program Lazar had been involved with at the S-4 facility.
According to Davis, the scientists were unable to sufficiently communicate to understand the new physics behind the craft due to the compartmentalization security procedures that were in place:
[1:24:00 Y.T.] I do know that the program was terminated in 1989 for a lack of progress in reverse engineering anything that they had, any of the hardware that they had, and every so often, so many years go by, and they’ll try it again. And they just don’t succeed because compartmentalization is a killer. Scientists cannot communicate with other scientists to get help.
Davis pointed out that the difficulties experienced by scientists working in the crash retrieval program are common in compartmentalized projects where scientists are prevented from sharing their problems with outside experts who normally are called upon in similar situations in the open-source world:
[ 1:25:44 Y.T.] So this isn’t just unique to the crash retrieval program. This type of problem is unique to all the black programs that the DoD has, DHS has, and the military services branches has them, the Department of Energy has their own versions…. The purpose of a black program with a special access program security rap, is you got to limit the information and exposure to the information to as few people as possible in order to produce the maximum security protection against espionage by the enemy. And so that limits who you can work with that also is cleared to know. That limits the amount of experts that you can have working with you.
And gosh, you know, if your small group of experts are stumped, you’re screwed, because you basically can’t call your buddies or somebody you know, or somebody you know of, who’s an expert better than you … a bigger expert on the subject at a university either near you or at a university across the country, you can’t call those guys. You can’t even read them in because you’re not supposed to acknowledge some of these black, most of these black programs, they’re not supposed to be acknowledged.
Not coincidentally, Lazar made the same criticism over lack of progress in Project Galileo:
The system under which we operated, how Naval Intelligence (or whatever agency truly guided these efforts) insisted upon compartmentalization and secrecy got in the way of all of us doing our jobs easily and productively. Given that there was a metallurgy group functioning somewhere on the base where Barry and I had worked, you’d think it would be an easy matter to get a company directory, dial that line (these were pre-Internet days so no email) and request the answer to our question. Because all our efforts were so segregated and knowledge not shared, that was impossible for us to do. I can cite a half dozen or more examples of how this inefficient system worked against our efforts to be productive but that one should suffice. (Dreamland: An Autobiography, p. 66).
Consequently, Davis’ statement of such programs ending back in 1989 due to a lack of success is consistent with Lazar’s revelations. In Lazar’s autobiography, he wrote about what he read about setbacks in earlier failed reverse engineering attempts in a briefing document given to him when he arrived at S-4 for his first day of work in January 1989:
Though no dates were given, it was clear to me that the project was not in its infancy. Some references were made to past attempts to understand the nature of the power and propulsion system. Several attempts had been made to reproduce the kind of system that had come into their hands, but with no success…. I next read that a previous attempt to dismantle one of the existent propulsion systems had resulted in an accidental explosion. (Dreamland: An Autobiography, p. 44)
Ever since Lazar publicly emerged, he has revealed in multiple interviews how the reverse engineering project suffered from funding, had relatively few scientists working on it, and how scientists were handicapped from making breakthroughs due to stifling security constraints.
Lazar’s revelations align closely with what Davis revealed in his interview, and what he subsequently shared with the Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials about the failed reverse engineering project.
Once again, both Davis and Lazar’s observations appear awry with what others have claimed based on direct eyewitness testimony of reverse engineered flying saucer craft.
For example, one of Dr. Greer’s Disclosure Project witnesses, Mark McCandlish said that in 1988, the same year Lazar was recruited to work at S-4, a highly classified airshow featuring three reverse engineered flying saucers was held at Edwards Air Force Base. The three craft were sighted by a patent illustrator, Brad Sorenson, who says that the craft had been built by an unnamed major aerospace company, one that hosted one of the corporate development facilities at Edward’s Plant 42.
As professional patent illustrators, both Sorenson and McCandlish are experts in replicating the designs of advanced aerospace craft. McCandlish provided the following illustration of what Sorenson had witnessed.
McCandlish’s testimony is consistent with the testimony of other credible witnesses, which I have discussed at length in the U.S. Air Force Secret Space Program (2019). They have spoken of the success of reverse engineering efforts concerning flying saucers and other advanced aerospace technologies going all the way back to the 1950s.
High among the list of credible witnesses is Ben Rich, the former head of Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks, who repeatedly made references to Lockheed having the technology “to take E.T. home.” At the end of public lectures, he would famously finish with a slide showing a flying saucer and saying: “We now have the technology to take E.T. home”.
His comment always got a big laugh from his audience who were fans of the movie, E.T., but privately Rich shared with colleagues what was really going on in the classified programs that Skunkworks was involved in:
We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity…. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.
If one accepts the information provided by McCandlish, Rich and others that flying saucer shaped craft have been successfully reverse engineered, built and deployed, where does that leave us with the testimonies provided by Eric Davis and Bob Lazar?
It’s quite a stretch to believe Davis’ contention, which is corroborated by Lazar’s experiences, that reverse engineering efforts effectively stopped in 1989 due to setbacks, difficulties posed by the compartmentalization process, and lack of funding. The alleged lack of funding is patently absurd given the enormous “black budget” that is annually generated by the CIA and funneled into the Pentagon for unacknowledged special access programs.
A more reasonable conclusion is that such reverse engineering efforts were being conducted elsewhere than at Area 51’s S-4 facility – as Lazar himself suspected. Unlike S-4, which was more a museum designed to hoodwink visitors into believing flying saucers had been retrieved but were far too advanced to successfully reverse engineer, the real reverse engineering was secretly being conducted elsewhere.
Well-funded corporate aerospace facilities such as Lockheed’s Skunkworks division located at Plant 42, Edwards Air Force Base, are among the most likely candidates, especially given what McCandlish, Rich, and others have shared. More recently, testimonial evidence has emerged that the Tic Tac craft sighted by Navy pilots in 2004, were built at Plant 42 on behalf of the U.S. Air Force.
The fact that the New York Times has given prominent coverage of Davis briefing Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials, around the same time that Lazar’s testimony is gaining widespread public exposure due to a new film and autobiographical book does raise legitimate questions over whether this is all part of a limited hangout.
Davis and Lazar appear to be unwitting pawns in a sophisticated psychological operation that dates back to at least 1989, which began with Lazar. The purpose of the psyop appears to be very transparent. Deceive the public about the successful reverse engineering of flying saucer and other antigravity aerospace technologies in corporate facilities, and to sidetrack the public into focusing on government-run facilities such as S-4, which were unsuccessful in their reverse engineering efforts.
I will explore the above scenario in-depth in my upcoming August 22 Webinar, “Full Disclosure vs. Limited Hangouts“, which will also explore contemporary efforts to portray UFOs as alien threats.
The ultimate goal is to set the stage for a false flag alien event – either an alien invasion as speculated by many in the past; or the even more intriguing possibility, given an increasing series of predicted global disasters about to occur, of an “alien rescue”!
• There are hundreds of ‘lost planets’ in distant solar systems. The usual method of tracking an exoplanet is to train the telescope on the star and then wait for a dip in brightness to indicating an object (i.e.: a planet) passing in front of the star in its orbit around the star. The telescope will then follow the planet’s trajectory until it disappears behind the star. It is then ‘lost’.
• Astronomers at the University of Warwick (in Coventry, England) have added an additional way of tracking these exoplanets, in order to ‘rediscover’ them. They track the planet’s orbit from their telescope, but they also track it from another telescope elsewhere on Earth. This allows astronomers to determine its speed and orbital trajectory around the back of the star, and to determine its temperature based on its proximity to the star. Once they know the planet’s orbit, they can gauge when it will reappear on the other side of the star in its continuing orbit.
• For example, the exoplanet known as NGTS-11b orbits a star 620 light-years away. The planet has the size and mass of Saturn and an orbit of 35 days, which makes it relatively close to its star. According to Dr. Samuel Gill at the University of Warwick, “Longer (orbital) period planets are cooler, more like the planets in our own solar system.” But with its relatively short 35 day orbit, NGTS-11b is close to its star and therefore quite hot – 320 degrees Fahrenheit. But it is still cooler than the planet Mercury. So it is close, but not within the ‘Goldilocks Zone’ where a planet may have liquid water and be able to harbor life (as we know it).
• The findings open up a new world of potential planets within the ‘Goldilocks zone’ of a far distant solar system that could potentially harbor extraterrestrial life.
The rediscovery of a planet lost in outer space could signal the beginning of tracking a habitable world in the ‘Goldilocks zone’ of a far distant solar system.
The planet is one of hundreds of ‘lost’ planets discovered by astronomers from the University of Warwick, and was the result of a new way of tracking and logging planets in hopes of finding something similar to our own.
Some of these lost planets reside in the Goldilocks zone – a particular range of orbits that allow the existence of liquid on a planet’s surface: too close to the sun and it will be too hot, too far away, too cold.
To accomplish the research, the team adapted the usual transit method of tracking a planet, in which the telescope waits for a dip in light that indicates that there is an object passing between the telescope and a star. It then follows the planet’s trajectory for 27 days before it disappears.
In this instance, however, the team followed the planet and further tracked it from a different station, allowing them to assess its speed and therefore orbit.

On July 23, the New York Times released an article describing classified UFO briefings delivered to the US Congress and the Pentagon by Dr. Eric Davis, a prominent astrophysicist, researching “out of the box” scientific phenomena since 1996. The authors of the New York Times story, Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal, provided few details of the briefings other than Davis’ sensational claim that UFOs (aka UAPs) involved “off-world vehicles not made on this earth”.
The New York Times article was quickly picked up by other major media such as the Huffington Post, Popular Mechanics, and popular news sites that included Yahoo News. More recently, Scientific American called for a resumption of scientific studies on UFOs in a very telling sign that mainstream scientists are finally paying attention.
Senator Marco Rubio was informed about the classified briefing given by Dr. Davis to staffers from the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which Rubio currently heads. He subsequently arranged for his Committee to give a bipartisan vote of approval (14-1) for the Intelligence Community to write up a comprehensive report on UFOs/UAPs in 180 days after the Bill’s passage into law.
Significantly, the Director of National Intelligence was instructed that the “report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex”. This means that the report is intended to be released to the general public.
What is missing in the New York Times article and subsequent news stories are the precise details of what Davis briefed members of Congress and Pentagon officials. It can be assumed that the briefings involved information derived from a 15-page leaked transcript/summary of an October 16, 2002 conversation between Dr. Davis and Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, who retired as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, only a few months before the meeting.
I covered the Davis and Wilson leaked document in a three-part series (available here, here and here). Put simply, the document revealed Wilson’s failed efforts in 1997 to gain access to an Unacknowledged Special Access Program, which he had learned involved a corporation studying a retrieved UFO/extraterrestrial craft. Wilson had hoped Davis could shed light on what was happening in the corporate reverse engineering program.
While it is highly likely that parts of the 15-page document were included in Davis’ classified briefings to Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials, we don’t know what conclusions Davis had reached about what Wilson had confidentially shared with him. The leaked document focused on Wilson’s experiences, rather than what Davis knew about the topic.
Consequently, an interview given by Davis on May 10, 2019, five months before his briefing to Congressional staffers, where he gave his evaluation of UFOs and extraterrestrial life becomes highly significant. The interview gives us a very good idea of what Davis told Congress and the Pentagon, which has now been made an issue of national importance due to the New York Times story, and the looming Intelligence Community report destined to emerge in early 2021.
In fact, a strong case can be made that Davis’ briefings will be used as the fulcrum of a UFO/UAP disclosure narrative that will emerge in early 2021 with the release of the unclassified intelligence UAP report to Congress. This is where there is much in what Davis told Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials that raises alarming red flags that a “limited hangout” is being prepared over classified programs involving the retrieval and reverse engineering of crashed UFOs.
While the truth will be told of the non-Earthly origin of some retrieved UFOs, the successful reverse engineering of such craft by major aerospace corporations will be hidden from the public, along with the existence of visiting extraterrestrial life.
What follows is my analysis of Davis’s comments in the interview he conducted with Alejandro Rojas from Open Minds TV, which is available both in audio form on YouTube and as a rough transcript from an automated translation. I have corrected Rojas’ rough transcript using the original interview in my extracts below, which include the YouTube timestamps [YT].
In discussing the origins of the three videos showing UFO craft videotaped by Navy pilots in 2004 and 2015, and officially acknowledged as genuine by the Department of the Navy, Davis declares such advanced technology has not been developed by any government or nation:
[29:28 YT] In a matter of three to five seconds, you’re not basically talking about human technology. There is no Russian or Chinese or North Korean or Iranian or anybody else. No, NATO or any other Alliance, or non-Alliance country, non-Allied countries have any sort of technology that can perform the way these Tic Tacs were found to be performing….
The things we’re seeing are not shaped in the usual typical way that we humans would shape them. So you, you got to come up with another hypothesis and the only hypothesis is something unknown. And then its got a good chance that it’s not human technology….
Davis goes on to assert that the UFOs are operating on a new physics and humanity currently doesn’t have the means to replicate this:
[37:44 YT] In other words, they don’t, the objects don’t follow the aerodynamic rules of engineering. Okay, they just don’t. Okay, and that’s driven by physics. And they are not saying that they’re breaking the laws of physics. So don’t quote me on anything having to do with why they’re operating on a new physics, we have an event, or no, they’re breaking the laws of physics, it is possible to operating on the physics we haven’t invented or haven’t discovered yet. That’s possible, we don’t know. So anyway, the point is, is that these things are operating there you go way outside the envelope of our engineering and physics technologies. And, and I can guarantee you that no laws of physics are broken whatsoever.
Davis declares that the UFOs and their advanced flight capacities are not something that can be manufactured given the present level of technological development on Earth:
[38:58 YT] And these things don’t look like anything that we can manufacture on Earth. So we don’t have the manufacturing or industrial technology for it. We don’t have engineering for it. In other words, the blueprints and designs to get something … shaped like air fighter-sized piece of candy mouth mint and get that to fly through the air stably. And do the wonderful things that they do in the years reported by the F-18 pilots associated with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group.
Davis is then asked about the truth of reports of UFO crashes and whether the craft have been retrieved for classified studies. He answers:
[1:14:32 YT] Yeah, there have been crashes. The super powers on the Earth have had their share of crashes. And they have recovered the vehicles from their crashes.
Davis goes on to explain how the truth about classified studies of recovered alien spacecraft is kept from most public officials:
[1:15:30 YT] So yeah, they have that technology. We do too. And it’s a very super sensitive topic. Because it’s something that your listeners, you’re probably going to be shocked at… probably a minute fraction, it’s like less than 1/1000th or 1/100,000th of the people with the “need to know” access, “need to know” authorization, and security clearances to be involved with that type of work, are the only ones that know. The vast majority of the rest of the government really doesn’t know. And that’s why one hand, like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…
Davis was likely referring to the process whereby even senior military officials like Admiral Wilson, with high level security clearances and “need to know” authorization, was still denied access to classified studies of retrieved non-Earthly spacecraft.
Davis elaborates on the complexity of the security clearances system in finding the truth about what’s happening in unacknowledged special access programs:
[1:16:16 YT] Because of the stovepipe thing that goes on in compartmentalized programs … you just can’t knock on doors and say, Hey, here’s who I am … I got clearances, but not the right ones. I don’t have a need to know. But I want to know, so can you tell me…. You’re going to be lied to, because that’s, that’s the rule. You don’t want to tell the enemy anything, when this guy is knocking on your door asking you about UFO crashes, could be an asset for the Soviet Union or the Russian Federation, or the Chinese PLA, or the nincompoops over in Iran and North Korea and so forth.
So, you know, even if it’s an American, you still don’t want to answer that question because you don’t know who they are. And you’re not supposed to be revealing that information. So it takes a lot of hard tracking and digging after working. And it can take years and years and years. And then you develop the security clearances and the authorization for you to know that appropriately … allow you access to that information, then you find out hey, yeah, it’s there, it’s true.
On the other hand, sometimes the information does come out on its own. But it doesn’t come out in the way that UFOlogy likes to fantasize about it. It comes out only to specific people, who have specific talents or skills, who have security clearances, they may not have the need to know. But they could have the need to know if they were presented with that requirement.
At this stage in his interview, Davis comments on the Disclosure Project witnesses that Dr Steven Greer arranged to come forward in 2001 in a ground-breaking Press Conference. According to Davis, most of Greer’s witnesses were crackpots and just “noise” when it came to identifying the genuine signal in the available public information on retrieved UFOs:
[1:21:05 YT] A good majority of them were crackpots, they were phonies. But there was a small number of them that were the real deal. And so he successfully picked up a very small number of them, and got some information. And now, as to the veracity and quality of that information. That’s another story.
But he did get some interesting information.… the information was not … verifiable. In other words, once people looked into it, they said, yeah, this is realistic. Whereas a good chunk, a good chunk of his disclosure witnesses. You know, they had middle of the road guys, they had some information, but it was too purple. It was just anecdotal.
And then you had the guys that were real liars. He’s got a chunk of liars out there … I don’t know how much effort he spent on vetting any of those people. And I’m not going to name names of who they are. It’s not important, because … the fact that they have no real information means it’s noise. We’re dealing with signal, we’re interested in signal and science folks, not the noise. Check the noise.
Next, Davis went on to elaborate on Greer’s witnesses who claimed to have first-hand knowledge of crash retrieval operations:
[1:22:25 YT] So, he did have a small signal of people that had verifiable information…. They came forward, they gave him information that was freely given to him. But it was after the fact, it was never expected that it could be acted upon. The people that gave him information … weren’t directly involved with the crash retrieval at all. They actually were either peripheral, or they heard it from somebody reliable. So the vertical information was high quality, but they were not first-hand people.
Davis is here suggesting, for example, that Clifford Stone, a 22 year US Army veteran, who was interviewed by Greer and claimed to have had first-hand knowledge of multiple crashed UFOs retrieved by the US military, was a crackpot and liar. There are many reasons to dispute Davis’ information when it comes to Stone’s testimony who has been successfully interviewed many times over several decades, and has maintained the same story with consistency and sincerity.
Davis provides no evidence that Stone or other Disclosure Projects witnesses are lying or crackpots, consequently his assertions need to be considered as unverified or misinformed. This is a major red flag that Davis testimony may be part of a “limited hangout” that is being unveiled to the American and World publics through the New York Times, arguably the most important media organ of the CIA and the Deep State.
The most significant aspect of Davis’s interview is his assertion that UFO crash retrievals were part of a small unsuccessful program that was terminated in 1989, around the time the famed whistleblower, Bob Lazar, emerged with his experiences claiming something very similar had occurred during his time at the S-4 facility at Area 51.

• During a survey by the Australian Square Kilometer Array Pathfinder telescope, astrophysicists’ cameras discovered unexplained radio wave patterns being emitted from an invisible force in deep space, possibly from another galaxy. The waves take the form of blasts of colorful circular objects, lending to its name, ‘Odd Radio Circles’.
• Nature Astronomy reports that researchers concluded that it is a ‘never before recorded phenomenon’. No optical, infrared or x-ray source could be traced to the pulses. The extraordinary study offers a tantalizing glimpse of a deep space mystery that could one day yield answers about the mysteries of the universe.
• The circular pulses were found to match a similar radio wave structure located in March 2013. But rather than normal sphere space objects – like remnants of dying stars as well as proto-planetary discs – these new ones “appear to be a new class of astronomical objects”. “The objects appear in radio images as circular edge-brightened discs about one arcmin diameter, and do not seem to correspond to any known type of object,” the astrophysicists wrote. “We speculate that they may represent a spherical shock wave from an extra-galactic transient event, or the outflow, or a remnant, from a radio galaxy viewed end-on.”
• Speaking of weird radio signals coming from another galaxy, this past February, ‘Fast Radio Bursts’ were documented at the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment in in British Columbia. (see previous ExoArticle here) The ‘FRBs’ were coming from a galaxy some 500 million light-years from our solar system sending out fast radio bursts like clockwork. The cycle stretches over a roughly 16 day period, including 1-2 bursts per hour over a four-day period and then a 12-day gap before it starts again.
• Such signals have long given fuel to theories about extraterrestrial life existing elsewhere across the cosmos.
Astrophysicists have discovered unexplained radio wave patterns being emitted from an invisible force in deep space.
Known as ‘Odd Radio Circles’ or ORC, it’s believed they may be coming from a mysterious structure from another galaxy, unseen by human eyes.
The waves take the form of blasts of colourful circular objects, which were pinpointed by cameras during a survey by the Australian Square Kilometre Array Pathfinder telescope (ASKA).
Despite searching for an optical, infrared, or X-ray source to the pulses, none could be traced, leaving experts baffled.
Researchers have concluded it is a never before recorded phenomenon, a review in Nature Astronomy reports.
The results of the extraordinary study are still to be peer-reviewed but offer a tantalising glimpse of a deep space mystery that could one day yield answers about the mysteries of the universe.
Researchers zoomed in on the objects during a survey of the universe using the ASKA.
After three snaps of the mysterious ORCS were captured they were compared to the existing archive and found to match a similar radio wave structure located in March 2013.
The authors of the study note radio images are normally sphere space objects – like remnants of dying stars as well as proto-planetary discs
These new ORCs by contrast “appear to be a new class of astronomical objects” they said.

• A study paper published (June 15th) in the Astrophysical Journal (by scientists at the University of Nottingham) attempts to calculate the ‘Astrobiological Copernican Limit’ on the number of alien civilizations in the galaxy.
• Estimating the number of intelligent civilizations relies on making guesses of values relating to life. But “opinions about such matters vary quite substantially,” noted Dr. Tom Westby, first author of the study. “Our new study simplifies these assumptions using new data, giving us a solid estimate of the number of civilizations in our Galaxy.”
• Since our own civilization on Earth formed after 4.5 billion years, the study’s criteria focused on other planets that formed at least 5 billion years ago. Assuming that other technological civilizations last 100 years, as we have so far, then there will be about 36 ongoing intelligent technical civilizations throughout our galaxy.
• “Our new research suggests that searches for extraterrestrial intelligent civilizations not only reveal the existence of how life forms, but also give us clues for how long our own civilization will last,” senior author Christopher Conselice said. It is possible that we are the only civilization within our galaxy, depending on the length of time that a technological civilization survives. “If we find that intelligent life is common then this would reveal that our civilization could exist for much longer than a few hundred years. Alternatively if we find that there are no active civilizations in our Galaxy it is a bad sign for our own long-term existence.”
• With our present technology the average distance to these civilizations would be 17,000 light-years away, making detection and communication very difficult.
• [Editor’s Note] Senior SETI astronomer, Seth Shostak, argues in his article, “How Many Alien Societies Are There?” that the flaw in the Nottingham study is that the author’s ‘Astrobiological Copernican Principle’ basis for their estimate assumes that “whatever we on Earth have done, the rest of the universe also does, or has done. For instance, the Nottingham scientists assume that all technological cultures will start by using radio waves to search for other civilizations for one hundred years, but no longer. That’s like saying because we’ve had airplanes for a century, everyone will have airplanes for a century, and no longer. This arbitrary assumption by the authors is largely responsible for their strikingly low estimate of the number of alien societies. Given the usefulness of radio, you could easily claim that the technological lifetime of societies is 10,000 years, not 100. If you argue for the larger number, the tally of inhabited worlds increases by a factor of 100.
The Nottingham paper also assumes that every Earth-size planet in the habitable zone of its solar system will spawn life, and after about 4 to 5 billion years, intelligent life. That’s like saying that every kid who takes piano lessons will inevitably win the Van Cliburn Prize. Venus and Mars are in the ‘habitable zone’ for life in this solar system. But they both appear to contain no life whatsoever.
By making one’s own assumptions, you can derive just about any estimate you wish for the number of intelligent cosmic species.
“There should be at least a few dozen active CETI civilizations in our Galaxy under the assumption that it takes 5 billion years for intelligent life to form on other planets, as on Earth,” said Professor Christopher Conselice, senior author of the study.
“The idea is looking at evolution, but on a cosmic scale. We call this calculation the Astrobiological Copernican Limit.”
“The classic method for estimating the number of intelligent civilizations relies on making guesses of values relating to life, whereby opinions about such matters vary quite substantially,” added Dr. Tom Westby, first author of the study.
“Our new study simplifies these assumptions using new data, giving us a solid estimate of the number of civilizations in our Galaxy.”
The two Astrobiological Copernican limits are that intelligent life forms in less than 5 billion years, or after about 5 billion years — similar to on Earth where a communicating civilization formed after 4.5 billion years.
In the strong criteria, whereby a metal content equal to that of the Sun is needed, the authors calculate that there should be around 36 active CETI civilizations in the Milky Way.
They show that the number of civilizations depends strongly on how long they are actively sending out signals of their existence into space, such as radio transmissions from satellites, television, etc.
If other technological civilizations last as long as ours which is currently 100 years old, then there will be about 36 ongoing intelligent technical civilizations throughout our Galaxy.

• Solar storms can wreak havoc on Earth, affecting up to 40 million people and causing over $2 trillion in damages in the U.S. alone. In 2003, a solar storm disrupted satellite communications, impacted air travel, and caused a significant blackout in Sweden.
• The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has tapped the Seattle-based commercial space exploration company, Xplore Inc., to provide an early detection system for solar events that can disrupt power grids and communications on Earth.
• Xplore Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Lisa Rich says, “We are pleased to announce NOAA has awarded Xplore a study to evaluate the feasibility of a commercial Lagrange point mission with our Xcraft spacecraft.” The spacecraft will be parked at the Earth-Sun L1 Lagrange point – the neutral gravity point between the Earth and Sun a million miles away from Earth.
• At the L1 Lagrange point, the craft can detect light from the Sun 5 seconds before it hits the Earth. But it can detect the stream of particles from the Sun known as the solar wind a full hour before hitting Earth, providing the possibility for advanced warning.
• Xplore’s ESPA-class space vehicle, known as the Xcraft, is designed for missions beyond Earth orbit that include the Moon, Mars, Venus, near-Earth asteroids, and, of course, Lagrange points. Xplore is one of a handful of companies commercializing space by providing payload capacity and communications links aboard private unmanned space vehicles at a lower cost to space agencies.
• Chief Scientist for the U.S. Space Force, Dr. Joel B. Mozer, sais, “Space weather monitoring has been a government-led activity for the last 50 years, but this is an area where innovative companies can play a key role. I am looking forward to the next era of advanced space weather capabilities coming from this partnership with Xplore.”
A commercial space exploration company has been tapped to conduct a study into the possibility of providing early detection for solar events that can disrupt power grids and communications on earth. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) awarded the study to Seattle-based Xplore Inc.
Solar storms can wreak havoc on earth. In 2003, a storm disrupted satellite communications, impacted air travel, and caused a significant blackout in Sweden. One study predicts that 20 to 40 million people in the U.S. could be affected during extreme solar events, with damages upward of $2.6 trillion.
That makes early detection critical, and if you’re going to detect solar activity with enough advanced warning to send a heads up back to earth, it’s going to have to be pretty far away. That’s where the so-called Earth-Sun L1 Lagrange point comes in. The L1 is located approximately a million miles from the Earth at the neutral gravity point between the Earth and Sun. Light from the sun hits L1 about 5 seconds before it gets to earth. Crucially, the stream of particles from the sun known as the solar wind, which travels slower than the speed of light, reaches L1 a full hour before hitting Earth, providing the possibility for advanced warning in the case of a disruptive solar event.
Getting out to L1 is no easy feat. Xplore is hoping that its multi-mission ESPA-class space vehicle, known as the Xcraft, is up to the challenge, which the study will help determine. The vehicle is designed for missions beyond Earth orbit that include the Moon, Mars, Venus, near-Earth asteroids, and, of course, Lagrange points.

• Despite the fact that we persistently listen to heaven through sensitive antennas, we still have not received any signal from an extraterrestrial civilization and none of them have responded to our messages. Adam Grossman from The Dark Sky Company has created a map of our Milky Way galaxy, illustrating the full extent of its huge size. A radio signal issued on one side of the galaxy would take 100 thousand light-years to reach the other side.
• On Grossman’s map (above), the little blue circle with a diameter of 200 light years around the Earth represents the maximum distance that the first radio signals have traveled from Earth over the past 100 years, since the radio was invented. In this radius of 200 light years around the Earth, there are no known habitable exoplanets, with liquid water and oxygen in the atmosphere.
• SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) is constantly listening to radio signals from space. But considering the size of our galaxy, we’d have to listen for signals for tens of thousands of years before humanity had a chance to establish contact with another civilization. Then double this time to receive a reply.
Are we alone in the Universe or at least in our galaxy? Despite the fact that we persistently listen to heaven your most sensitive antennas, we still have not received any signal from an extraterrestrial civilization and none of them respond to our messages. The Fermi paradox has tried to answer this question, but the answer can be simple, if you look at our milky Way galaxy to scale to rate how vast distances in space and realize that we simply do not hear.
Adam Grossman from The Dark Sky Company has created a map of our galaxy, so you can see the full extent of its huge size. And the milky Way is not the biggest galaxy in the Universe. The diameter of the milky Way is about 100-180 thousand light-years, depending on how you measure. That is, the radio signal issued in one side of the galaxy, you will need at least 100 thousand light-years to reach the other side.
Now, it is worth remembering that our civilization is familiar with the radio only about a century. And the little blue circle with a diameter of 200 light years around the Earth, represents the maximum distance that at the moment overcame the first radio signals from Earth. Below us to hear the alien civilization must be in a tiny radius. It should be noted that in the nearest 200 light years not found any habitable exoplanets, or at least with liquid water and oxygen in the atmosphere.

• After finding the first-known repeating fast radio bursts (FRBs) in February (see previous ExoArticle here), researchers have discovered another repeating FRB in deep space that has them baffled. According to a newly published study in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, FRB 121102, which has been observed since 2016 by Britain’s Lovell Telescope, was discovered to have a 157-day repeating pattern. It shows activity for 90 days and then goes silent for 67 days.
• “Using the pulses detected in the Lovell data along with pulses from the literature, we report a detection of periodic behavior of the source over the span of 5 years of data,” according to the study. The deep space source is currently ‘off’, and it should turn ‘on’ again from June 2 to August 28, 2020.
• “This exciting discovery highlights how little we know about the origin of FRBs,” said a co-author of the study, Duncan Lorimer. “Further observations of a larger number of FRBs will be needed in order to obtain a clearer picture about these periodic sources and elucidate their origin.”
• The FBR found in February has a 16-day repeating pattern. It may be repeating due to it orbiting a compact object, for example, a black hole, causing its pattern to repeat, according to the study. It’s also possible that it could be coming from a binary star system, but more research is needed.
• It’s unknown how common FRBs are and why some of them repeat, while others do not. Their origins are also mysterious in nature. Some researchers speculate that FRBs come from an extraterrestrial civilization. But SETI (the ‘Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence Institute’) says that because these FRBs come from all over space, “arranging cooperative alien behavior …seems unlikely.”
• The first (non-repeating) FRB was discovered in 2007. Some of them can generate as much energy as 500 million suns in a few milliseconds.
NEW YORK — After finding the first-known repeating fast radio bursts (FRBs) in February, researchers have discovered another repeating FRB in deep space that has them baffled.
FRB 121102, which has been observed since 2016 by the Lovell Telescope in the U.K., was discovered to have a 157-day repeating pattern. It shows activity for 90 days and then goes silent for 67 days, according to a newly published study in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.
“Using the pulses detected in the Lovell data along with pulses from the literature, we report a detection of periodic behavior of the source over the span of 5 yr of data,” researchers wrote in the study. “We predict that the source is currently ‘off’ and that it should turn ‘on’ for the approximate MJD range 59002−59089 (2020 June 2 to 2020 August 28).”
It’s unclear what’s causing the pattern to repeat, leaving researchers to realize just how little they know about FRBs.
“This exciting discovery highlights how little we know about the origin of FRBs,” said one of the study’s co-authors, Duncan Lorimer, in a statement. “Further observations of a larger number of FRBs will be needed in order to obtain a clearer picture about these periodic sources and elucidate their origin.”

Article by Alejandro Rojas June 3, 2020 (denofgeek.com)
• Tesla and Marconi, the renowned scientists who invented the radio, believed they had received contact from intelligent extraterrestrial beings. This subject is at the center of Amazon Prime’s drama, The Vast of Night, where a switchboard operator and a DJ in a small town in the 1950s discover a strange, potentially alien, audio signal that leads them on a wild investigation to find the origins of the signal.
• The famous inventor, Nikola Tesla, is often credited with the invention of the radio. Tesla claimed he received strange signals while experimenting with radio at his lab in Colorado Springs in 1899. He told Collier’s Weekly that he was alone in his lab at night when there was present “something mysterious, not to say supernatural”. “[S]ome time afterward… the thought flashed upon my mind that the disturbances I had observed (on the radio) might be due to an intelligent control,” said Tesla. “Although I could not decipher their meaning, it was impossible for me to think of them as having been entirely accidental. The feeling is constantly growing on me that I had been the first to hear the greeting of one planet to another.”
• The Collier’s article goes on to argue that despite whether the signal was from aliens or not (Tesla suspected it was Martians) the technology he was working on would have the potential to be used to communicate distances as vast as those between the planets in our solar system.
• Another pioneer in the invention of the radio is the Italian inventor, Guglielmo Marconi. In 1920, Marconi wrote, “I have encountered during my experiments with wireless telegraphy [a] most amazing phenomenon,” wrote Marconi. “Most striking of all is receipt by me personally of signals which I believe originated in the space beyond our planet. I believe it is entirely possible that these signals may have been sent by the inhabitants of other planets to the inhabitants of Earth.” “Linking of the science of astronomy with that of electricity may bring about almost anything.”
• The famous inventor, Thomas Edison, agreed with Marconi. “I can plainly see that the mysterious wireless interruptions experience by Mr. Marconi’s operators may be good grounds for the theory that inhabitants of other planets are trying to signal us,” said Edison. “Mr. Marconi is quite right in stating that this is entirely within the realm of possible.” Edison continued, “If we are to accept the theory of Mr. Marconi that these signals are being sent out by inhabitants of other planets, we must at once accept with it the theory of their advanced development.” “It would be stupid of us to assume that we have the corner on all the intelligence in the universe.”
• Tesla also weighed in on Marconi’s suggestion that we might be able to communicate with extraterrestrial civilizations on other planets, saying, “Marconi’s idea of communicating with the other planets is the greatest and most fascinating problem confronting the human imagination today.” Then Tesla related a similar story of his own: “One day my ear caught what seemed to be regular signals. I knew they could not have been produced upon Earth. The possibility that they came from Mars occurred to me…”
• Even Albert Einstein reflected on his fellow scientists’ theories. “There is every reason to believe that Mars and other planets are inhabited,” said Einstein. “Why should the Earth be the only planet supporting human life? It is not singular in any other respect. But if intelligent creatures do exist, as we may assume they do elsewhere in the universe, I should not expect them to try to communicate with the Earth by wireless [radio]. Light rays, the direction of which can be controlled much more easily, would more probably be the first method attempted.” Nevertheless, radio waves became the predominant method used to search for alien signals.
• In 1924, the U.S. Secretary of the Navy felt that the close approach of Mars would be an opportune time to listen in for signals from Martians. He sent out a telegram asking radio stations to listen in. After all, some of the biggest brains in the business thought it was possible.
A switchboard operator and a DJ in a small town in the 1950s discover a strange, potentially alien, audio signal that leads them on a wild investigation to find the origins of the signal. This is the plot for The Vast of Night, which is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Could our first contact with aliens be as simple as a radio signal from aliens saying, “Hi?” The renowned scientists who invented the radio believed they received precisely that early in their experiments. Today, scientists spend millions to listen in on radio signals from space hoping to hear that first transmission from an extraterrestrial civilization.
A complicated debate rages as to who first invented the radio. On the U.S. side is Nikola Tesla, the
famous inventor who is the namesake for Elon Musk’s Tesla electric vehicle company. Representing the Europeans is Italian inventor Guglielmo Marconi. They both were pioneers in developing radio communication. For our purposes, it doesn’t matter who you feel should get credit for inventing radio communication, because both of them claimed to have possibly received radio signals from aliens.
The first was Tesla. In an article titled “Talking with the Planets” for Collier’s Weekly in 1901, Tesla claimed he received strange signals while experimenting with radio at his lab in Colorado Springs in 1899.
“Even now, at times, I can vividly recall the incident, and see my apparatus as though it were actually before me,” wrote Tesla. “My first observations positively terrified me, as there was present in them something mysterious, not to say supernatural, and I was alone in my laboratory at night; but at that time the idea of these disturbances being intelligently controlled signals did not yet present itself to me.”
“It was some time afterward when the thought flashed upon my mind that the disturbances I had observed might
be due to an intelligent control,” Tesla continued. “Although I could not decipher their meaning, it was impossible for me to think of them as having been entirely accidental. The feeling is constantly growing on me that I had been the first to hear the greeting of one planet to another.”
The article goes on to argue that despite whether the signal was from aliens or not (Tesla suspected it would likely be Martians) the technology he was working on would have the potential to be used to communicate distances as vast as those between the panels in our solar system. This may have been the first time anyone used the “I am not saying it’s aliens, but…” line. Which was pretty bold at the time, especially given that earlier in the article, he noted skeptics questioned whether two-way radio communication was possible.
Marconi shared his alien signal encounter in an article in 1920.
“I have encountered during my experiments with wireless telegraphy [a] most amazing phenomenon,” wrote Marconi. “Most striking of all is receipt by me personally of signals which I believe originated in the space beyond our planet. I believe it is entirely possible that these signals may have been sent by the inhabitants of other planets to the inhabitants of earth.”

Article by David Hambling May 11, 2020 (forbes.com)
• In the 1990s, ‘Laser-Induced Plasma Filaments’ (LIPF) were first developed using intense, short, self-focusing laser pulse to create a glowing filament or channel of plasma, which can be projected a distance of hundreds of meters. This technology underlies the Navy project, which uses LIPFs to create phantom images with infrared emissions to fool heat-seeking missiles.
• The effect is described in a 2018 US Navy patent (see here) “wherein a laser source is mounted on the back of the air vehicle, and wherein the laser source is configured to create a laser-induced plasma, and wherein the laser-induced plasma acts as a decoy for an incoming threat to the air vehicle.” The patent explains that the laser creates a series of mid-air plasma columns, which form a 2D or 3D image by a process of “raster scanning”, similar to how the old-style cathode ray TV sets displayed a picture.
• The LIPF decoy can be created instantly at any desired distance from the aircraft, and can be moved around at will, providing protection for as long as needed. According to the patent: “There can be multiple laser systems mounted on the back of the air vehicle with each laser system generating a ‘ghost image’ such that there would appear to be multiple air vehicles present.”
• “The potential applications of this LIP flare/decoy can be expanded, such as using a helicopter deploying flares to protect a battleship, or using this method to cover and protect a whole battle-group of ships, a military base or an entire city,” according to the patent. The patent’s lead researcher, Alexandru Hening, wrote in the Navy’s IT Magazine that he has been working on laser-induced plasma at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific since 2012.
• In the early 1990s, in response to the American ‘Star Wars’ initiative, the Russians claimed that they could produce glowing ‘plasmoids’ at high altitude using high-power microwave or laser beams to disrupt the flight of ballistic missiles. While nothing came of the project, Russia may have refined the technology over the decades.
• In 2011, a Japanese company demonstrated a rudimentary system that created moving 3D images in mid-air with a series of rapidly-generated plasma dots. (see video below).
• Until now, jet aircraft had to eject ‘decoy flares’ to lure a heat-seeking missile away from targeted craft for only a few seconds. The Laser Induced Plasma Effects ionize an intense laser pulse to produce a burst of glowing plasma. These plasma bursts act as ‘flash-bang’ stun grenades to disrupt a heat-seeking missiles. A rapid series of such pluses can even be modulated to transmit a spoken message. (see video below) Because LIPFs conduct electricity, they have been investigated as a means of triggering lightning to create a ‘lightning gun’.
• Technology will no doubt evolve to allow heat-seeking missiles to distinguish the plasma ghosts from real jets, leading to further refinement of the decoy technology, and so on. Still, this laser-plasma research offers a game-changing method of providing aircraft and even larger targets protection from heat-seeking missiles. It may also provide a clue about the source of some recent UFO sightings by military aircraft.
I reached out to Dr Salla to see what he thought about the LIPF decoy shield. “This is a very interesting defense concept,” said Dr Salla. “Extension of current defense technology to throw off heat seeking missiles. Very different concept to the High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator I discussed in the aircraft carrier refit article which effectively creates a Tesla shield. Possible that this is one of the new defense technologies used for the classified upgrades happening at naval dockyards. Don’t believe it’s related to the UFO videos released by the Navy.”
The U.S. Navy has patented technology to create mid-air images to fool infrared and other sensors. This builds on many years of laser-plasma research and offers a game-changing method of protecting aircraft from heat-seeking missiles. It may also provide a clue about the source of some recent UFO sightings by military aircraft.
The U.S. developed the first Sidewinder heat-seeking missile back in the 1950’s, and the latest AIM-9X version is still in frontline service around the world. This type of sensor works so well because hot jet engines exhausts shine out like beacons in the infrared, making them easy targets. Pilots under attack can eject decoy flares to lure a missile away from the launch aircraft, but these only provide a few seconds protection. More recently laser infrared countermeasures have been fielded which dazzle the infrared seeker.
A sufficiently intense laser pulse can ionize producing a burst of glowing plasma. The Laser Induced Plasma Effects program uses single plasma bursts as flash-bang stun grenades; a rapid series of such pluses can even be modulated to transmit a spoken message (video here). In 2011 Japanese company Burton Inc demonstrated a rudimentary system that created moving 3D images in mid-air with a series of rapidly-generated plasma dots (video here).
A more sophisticated approach uses an intense, ultra-short, self-focusing laser pulse to create a glowing filament or channel of plasma, an effect discovered in the 1990s. Known as laser-induced plasma filaments (LIPF) these can be created at some distance from the laser for tens or hundreds of meters. Because LIPFs conduct electricity, they have been investigated as a means of triggering lightning or creating a lightning gun.
One of the interesting things about LIPFs is that with suitable tuning they can emit light of any wavelength: visible, infrared, ultraviolet or even terahertz waves. This technology underlies the Navy project, which uses LIPFs to create phantom images with infrared emissions to fool heat-seeking missiles.

• NASA and private space companies like SpaceX are gearing up for human Mars colonization missions in the near future. NASA and top space scientists are concerned about viruses from other planets, and that strict protocols should be followed as astronauts return back to Earth.
• Stanford professor of aeronautics and astronautics Scott Hubbard thinks that astronauts returning from the space should live on quarantine for a specific period of time. “In my opinion, and that of the science community, the chance that rocks from Mars that are millions of years old will contain an active life form that could infect Earth is extremely low,” said Hubbard. “But, the Mars samples returned by NASA will be quarantined and treated as though they are the Ebola virus until proven safe.”
• Detailing the standard protocol that should be followed while quarantining astronauts coming back from Mars, Hubbard offered, “As for humans, the Apollo astronauts from the first few Moon missions were quarantined to ensure they showed no signs of illness. Once it was found that the Moon did not pose a risk, the quarantine was eliminated. Such a procedure will undoubtedly be followed for humans returning from Mars.”
As the coronavirus continues its killing spree on earth, a section of space experts believe that humans have to think seriously about alien viruses that could reach the earth during space missions.
Even though this concept may seem like a plot directly coming out from a Hollywood sci-fi film, space agencies like NASA and top space scientists are really bothered about viruses from other planets contaminating the earth.
The Mars mission dilemma
It should be noted that NASA and private space companies like SpaceX are gearing up for human Mars missions in the near future. As the Mars colonization mission progresses in full swing, experts warn that strict protocols should be followed to extraterrestrial pollutants attacking earth, as astronauts return back to the ground.
Scott Hubbard, a Stanford professor of aeronautics and astronautics revealed that astronauts returning from the space should live on quarantine for a specific period of time to prevent a possible virus attack from space.
“In my opinion, and that of the science community, the chance that rocks from Mars that are millions of years old will contain an active life form that could infect Earth is extremely low. But, the Mars samples returned by NASA will be quarantined and treated as though they are the Ebola virus until proven safe,” Hubbard told Stanford News.
Hubbard also detailed about the standard protocol that should be followed while quarantining astronauts coming back from Mars. “As for humans, the Apollo astronauts from the first few moon missions were quarantined to ensure they showed no signs of illness. Once it was found that the moon did not pose a risk, the quarantine was eliminated. Such a procedure will undoubtedly be followed for humans returning from Mars,” added Hubbard.

• On April 27th, the Pentagon made history by releasing three grainy, black-and-white videos of UFOs, saying the footage taken by US Navy fighter-jet pilots was real. The Pentagon said it released the footage “in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos. The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as ‘unidentified.’”
• Astronomer Daniel Fabrycky, an associate professor at the University of Chicago, says it is telling that he was not immediately aware that the Pentagon released the clips. “[G]iven how much scientists like to talk about this among ourselves,” said Fabrycky, “I would have been (aware) if (the UFOs) were plausibly aliens.”
• Fabrycky is part of a group who have identified many thousands of planets, more than a dozen having liquid water on the surface. “No one knows if any life is actually there (on those planets),” Fabrycky said. “We have no idea if any life forms are advanced enough to visit Earth, but as a group, scientists do not see any evidence of any previous visits.”
• George Fritz Benedict, a senior research scientist at the University of Texas’s McDonald Observatory, called it common for people to be unable to identify flying objects. “Humans and their machines are easily fooled,” he said. Benedict noted that he is a UFO skeptic and that the low-quality video footage had not swayed his stance. “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” he said.
• Former Nevada senator Harry Reid indicated that there may be more videos coming out soon. “I’m glad the Pentagon is finally releasing this footage, but it only scratches the surface of research and materials available,” Reid tweeted. “The U.S. needs to take a serious, scientific look at this and any potential national security implications. The American people deserve to be informed.”
• [Editor’s Note] Mainstream scientists have been lulled into complacency by their deep state training to debunk and ridicule anything that pertains to UFOs or extraterrestrials. While the DoD has confirmed that the released Navy videos depict “unknown” aerial vehicles, and witnesses have said that these UFOs performed “other worldly maneuvers,” mainstream scientists’ heads remain firmly entrenched in the sand. Where is the intellectual curiosity? They resort to the worn-out adage: “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” as popularized by Carl Sagen who himself has been exposed as a deep state disinformation agent and former member of Majestic 12. By employing this phrase, mainstream scientists can go about their business with their brainwashed minds free from the clutter of the extraterrestrial reality and safe from peer ridicule. Mainstream scientists have become lazy, apathetic and basically mind-controlled. They are far more concerned about maintaining their funding from their deep state sources and institutions than they are about true scientific exploration.
The Pentagon made history this week when it released three grainy, black-and-white videos of unidentified flying objects, saying the footage was real and had been taken by U.S. Navy fighter-jet pilots.
No one has been able to confirm what the objects in the videos are, but skepticism in the scientific community is almost as
high as the hopes of others.
In an interview Thursday afternoon, astronomer Daniel Fabrycky called it telling that he had not been aware that the Pentagon released the clips on Monday.
“And I would have been if they were plausibly aliens, given how much scientists like to talk about this among ourselves,” the associate professor at the University of Chicago said.
As an astronomer, Fabrycky is part of a group of people who have found many thousands of planets around other stars, with more than a dozen that may have liquid water on the surface, an assumed minimum requirement for hosting life.
“No one knows if any life is actually there,” Fabrycky said referring to the other planets, “but most of my colleagues believe there are likely lower life-forms whose effect on the atmospheres of those planets may be remotely detectable in a few decades from now. We have no idea if any life forms are advanced enough to visit Earth, but as a group, scientists do not see any evidence of any previous visits.”

• In a new paper (see here), astronomer Alberto Caballero presents the concept and design of a light-sail propelled by a laser propulsion system that could reach 30% the speed of light and reach the Alpha Centauri star system in 15 years. A small nuclear fission reactor would provide the needed electicity. Caballero says that the 2-crew spacecraft, called ‘Solar One’, could become the first manned interstellar spaceship by the late-20s.
• The human-crewed spaceship would integrate the LANL Mega Power Reactor, a larger version of NASA’ Sunjammer light sail, and an updated version of the HELLADS laser system, all of which are existing or ‘near-term’ technologies. The LANL (Los Alamos National Laboratory) Mega Power Reactor is a 35 ton fission reactor able to produce continuous power for 12 years. The 38m x 38m Sunjammer light sail is proposed by NASA. And the HELLADS (High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System) is a ground-based laser weapon system operated by DARPA. It would all be launched with SpaceX’s Big Falcon Rocket. The total cost of Solar One spacecraft would be in the $100 million range.
• Solar One’s large sail would produce an incredible force resulting in a constant acceleration and deceleration during the trip. “The key aspect of this idea resides in the extremely large size of the light sail” – says Caballero. When the spaceship is neither accelerating nor decelerating, the light sail would be rolled up to reduce possible damage by asteroids. The module containing the nuclear micro-reactor would have a protective coating thicker than the rest of the spaceship to protect it from micro-asteroid impacts. But in case of nuclear failure, the chances to survive would be minimal.
• Once the destination is reached, the crew could orbit the exoplanet, take images and send a robot to the surface. If the air is breathable, the crew could choose to land and personally explore the exoplanet.
In a new paper, astronomer Alberto Caballero presents the concept and design of a beam-powered propulsion system that could become the first manned interstellar spaceship by the late-20s.
Solar One, the name he gives to the spaceship, could reach 30% the speed of light, reaching Alpha Centauri system in 15 years.
Alberto argues that, despite light-sail spacecrafts such as the so-called Starships from the Starshot project have already been designed, they might not be the best option to explore exoplanets in detail.
The new type of spaceship would have a light-sail propelled by a laser system, which would receive the necessary electricity from a small nuclear fission reactor.
The Concept
Solar One is a proposed human-crewed spaceship that would integrate three existing or near-term technologies: the LANL Mega Power Reactor, a larger version of NASA’ Sunjammer light sail, and an updated version of the HELLADS laser system.
Firstly, the LANL (Los Alamos National Laboratory) Mega Power Reactor is a fission reactor that weighs 35 tons. It is able to produce up to 10 MW, or the equivalent of 2 MW of continuous power for 12 years.
Secondly, the Sunjammer light sail is a proposed NASA sail with a size of 38 x 38 m (1,444 m2).
Thirdly, HELLADS (High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System) is a ground-based laser weapon system demonstrator operated by DARPA, with a goal of 5 kg per KW by 2023.
The idea behind Solar One is to combine these three projects. A 2-crew spaceship with a total mass of 91 tons would be powered by a mile-long light sail in order to achieve the speed of 0.3c.
The large sail would produce an incredible force of more than 170,000 newtons, resulting in a constant acceleration and deceleration of 0.18g during the first and last one year and a half of the trip.
“The key aspect of this idea resides in the extremely large size of the light sail” – says Alberto.

• On April 28th, astronomers have detected ‘fast radio burst’ (FRB) originating in our own galaxy for the first time. “Something like this has never been seen before,” Caltech astronomer Shrinivas Kulkarni told ScienceAlert.
• The signal, a millisecond- long burst of bright radio waves, was traced back to a neutron star within our Milky Way galaxy with an extremely strong magnetic field. The signal was so intense that it could have been detectable from another galaxy. The massive outburst of radio waves could also be an indication that there are plenty of other FRBs that we are currently unable to detect.
• Despite some releasing more energy than 500 million suns, fast radio bursts are extremely unpredictable. They don’t seem to have a pattern and last for only a tiny fraction of a second. Astronomers have suggested the FRB signal might originate from a star’s massive, shifting gravitational forces causing a starquake or magnetar flare, a disturbance in the magnetic field surrounding it.
Astronomers have detected the first-ever fast radio burst (FRB) originating in our own galaxy, ScienceAlert reports.
“Something like this has never been seen before,” Caltech astronomer Shrinivas Kulkarni told ScienceAlert.
The signal, a millisecond-wave bursts of radio waves, was traced back to a Milky Way magnetar, a type of neutron star with an extremely strong magnetic field. The magnetar suddenly lit up, sending out a gargantuan millisecond-long burst of bright radio waves, picked up by astronomers on April 28.
According to ScienceAlert, the blip was so intense that it could’ve been detectable from another galaxy.
“If the same signal came from a nearby galaxy, like one of the nearby typical FRB galaxies, it would look like an FRB to us,” Kulkarni told ScienceAlert.

• On October 19, 2017, astronomers in Hawaii first spotted a 1,300 feet, cigar-shaped, reddish, dry, strangely-elongated object passing through our solar system. Dubbed ‘Oumuamua’, this was the first interstellar object that we’ve seen passing through our neck of the galaxy. It became the subject of much speculation, especially after it accelerated away from the Sun in a trajectory not explainable by the effects of gravity. Some even brought up the idea it might an extraterrestrial spacecraft or a probe.
• A new study conducted by Zhang Yun from National Astronomical Observatories of Chinese Academy of Sciences (NAOC) and Douglas N. C. Lin from University of California, Santa Cruz, says the mystery object Oumuamua is natural. Zhang and Lin believe it’s a piece that was ripped off of another celestial object by a larger object. Clues of its natural origin include the object’s coloring and its lack of any radio emissions coming from it.
• As to Oumuamua’s sudden acceleration away from the Sun, the researchers concluded that, although the object appeared ‘dry’, the Sun heated up the water ice under its surface resulting in a release of gas that served as a propellant.
• The scientists propose that when an object travels close by a star, the star’s gravitational “tidal forces” cause the object to break apart, melt and stretch into elongated fragments. The object then cools off as it moves away from the star, hardening into a crust. “This,” says Zhang, “would account for the vast population of rocky interstellar objects.” He thinks that all types of space objects, like comets, debris disks, and possibly even planets, can be turned into elongated Oumuamua-size bodies upon getting close to a star.
• The researchers believe that there are more such rocky objects flying in between solar systems than they previously considered. “‘Oumuamua is just the tip of the iceberg,” said Lin, adding, “We anticipate many more interstellar visitors with similar traits will be discovered by future observation.”
Scientists may have discovered the origins of ‘Oumuamua, the first interstellar object that was spotted visiting our Solar System. The reddish, dry, and strangely-elongated ‘Oumuamua, known to move in unexpected ways, has been a subject of much speculation. Some have, of course, brought up the idea it might an extraterrestrial spacecraft, possibly a probe. Now, scientists propose that tidal forces, gravitational interactions similar to those on Earth, are responsible for its existence and unusual behavior.
The cigar-shaped ‘Oumuamua is 400 meters (1,300 feet) in length and was first discovered on October 19, 2017 by the Hawaii-based Panoramic Survey Telescope and Rapid Response System 1 (Pan-STARRS1). Scientists and armchair astronomers the world over have since wondered about where it came from, especially in light of factors like its acceleration away from the Sun in a trajectory that is not explainable simply by the effects of gravity.
The new study, which was carried out by by Zhang Yun from National Astronomical Observatories of Chinese Academy of Sciences (NAOC) and Douglas N. C. Lin from University of California, Santa Cruz, says the object of mystery is natural. Clues pointing to that include the space body’s colors and the lack of any radio emissions coming from it.
While scientists expect an interstellar visitor to be icy, like a comet, Oumuamua is dry and has a rocky body like an asteroid, leading the researchers to conclude that there are more such rocky objects flying in between solar systems than they previously considered.

• China’s ‘National Development and Reform Commission’ has approved a feasibility study for a data processing center to support the world’s largest single-dish radio telescope in the Guizhou Province. Experts believe the massive radio telescope will significantly improve the study of the universe, including the discovery of extraterrestrial life.
• The $24.14 million center for ‘China Sky Eye’, which will technically support the “FAST” radio telescope, contains a scientific research and data processing center to facilitate observation, scientific research, and data storage. The center will facilitate the calculation of the enormous amount of data generated by the telescope.
• Senior technology expert Xiang Ligang said that data is constantly being produced from the telescope and is then stored and analyzed, including information about the births and deaths of planets and extraterrestrial life. Says Xiang, “Recording both pulsar and hydrogen data streams requires a massive process of information collection, storage and analysis. The establishment of the center will undoubtedly play an important role in information screening and discovery, and help produce more discoveries and research results in the study of the universe.”
• FAST has already accumulated a total of 1,000 hours of observation time, one-third of its entire mission for this year. It has detected and certified 114 pulsars (ie: stars or other celestial bodies that emit radio wave pulses). In the next three to five years, the FAST telescope and processing center will likely lead to breakthroughs in low-frequency gravitational wave detection, the origins of rapid radio bursts and interstellar molecules.
A feasibility report for the FAST scientific research and data processing center, to be built in Guizhou Province, has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.
Experts believe the center will significantly improve the study of the universe — including the discovery of extraterrestrial life.
With a total investment of roughly 170 million yuan ($24.14 million), the center for China Sky Eye, the world’s largest single-dish radio telescope known as FAST, will facilitate three scientific research frameworks — observation, scientific research and data – providing support for the storage and calculation of massive data generated by long-term operations, media reported.
Xiang Ligang, a senior technology expert, told the Global Times on Monday that in theory, data is being produced from the telescope constantly and is then stored and analyzed, including information about the births and deaths of planets and extraterrestrial life.

• Why do people reject notions of extraterrestrial life on Earth? Associate professor of physics at the University of Albany, Dr. Kevin Knuth, chalks it up to “human arrogance.” “It happens time and time again,” said Knuth, a former NASA scientist. Often, humans are simply unable to accept the truth.
• When Knuth was working toward his doctorate at the Univeristy of Minnesota, he and some other students were mulling over a newspaper report of cattle mutilations near the school’s campus. A physics professor added to the puzzle by informing the students about UFO sightings at a nearby nuclear site. Knuth and the students laughed it off. Years later, Knuth came across a video of Robert Hastings talking about “nuclear incursions” by UFOs, including the time they were seen over that same Minnesota nuclear site. Knuth decided that perhaps he should take a closer look into it.
• Knuth examined at the case of the head of Harvard’s psychiatry department, Professor John E. Mack, who had interviewed hundreds of proclaimed alien abductees. Before his passing in 2004, Mack told the BBC, “I would say there is a compelling, powerful phenomenon here that I can’t account for in any other way.” “[I]t seems to me that it invites a deeper, further inquiry.” Harvard dropped the investigation.
• Knuth says that interest in UFOs has fallen victim to “circular logic” where, because it feels so unscientific, many scientists won’t touch the subject, leading to a reinforcement of the idea that interest in UFOs is solely the purview of pseudoscientists and conspiracy theorists. Knuth noted that, “There’s been scientists who have been interested in this all along, but… were afraid of the stigma.” The government’s new term, ‘UAP’ or ‘unidentified aerial phenomena’ is another deliberate attempt to escape the stigma of UFO research.
• Since the US Navy acknowledged last year that Navy videos released in 2017 (including the ‘tic tac’ UFO) were “real”, Knuth has sensed a shift in credibility toward UFOs. Some of these UFOs achieved up to 5000 times the acceleration of gravity and indicated an unnatural, non-human origin. He now sees a ‘very real science’ to these strange observances that have been made across the globe and throughout history. “Now the trick is looking for an explanation.”
• Knuth entertains two working hypotheses in approaching a UFO incident. One is that extraterrestrials are behind the encounters. The other considers the possibility of an Earth-based civilization having “extreme technology.” Said Knuth, “For me, it suggests that we missed some physics somewhere.”
• To that end, Knuth became a member of both UAP eXpeditions and the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies. UAP eXpeditions will be renting two vessels to navigate an area of the Pacific Ocean that is considered a UFO hotspot, and is near where the USS Nimitz had an infamous (‘tic tac’) encounter in 2004. (see previous ExoArticle here) Knuth is also working on simulations to predict where these craft might have originated from within the universe.
• Knuth believes that the UFO subject could prove critically important someday. “No matter what it is, it’s something we don’t know [scientifically],” says Knuth. “And isn’t that something we should want to know about?”
ALBANY COUNTY — When asked why people reject notions of extraterrestrial life on Earth, Kevin Knuth, an associate professor of physics at the
University of Albany and a former scientist for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, chalked it up to “human arrogance.”
“It happens time and time again,” Knuth said. “‘The Earth is flat. Humans couldn’t possibly have descended from apes.’ It’s hard to believe, so it’s easier not to.”
That a pandemic would tank the United States economy and fundamentally alter the lives of every American was also hard to believe, just a month ago. Now, millions, if not billions, of people are confined to their homes, wondering about new hypotheticals after what was once an impossibility exploded into their reality.
The story of Knuth’s interest in UFOs is not dissimilar. While he was at the University of Minnesota, two weeks into working toward his doctorate, a report in the local paper of two cattle mutilations near the school’s campus caught the attention of incoming students.
“We were actively discussing this,” Knuth recalled, “scratching our heads, trying to figure out what kind of crazy place we all came to.”
Overhearing one of those conversations, a physics professor offered the students information about UFO sightings at a nearby nuclear site as a means of furthering discussion, but the students, including Knuth, largely ignored him.
“When he walked away, we laughed our asses off because it seemed so ridiculous,” Knuth said.

A former US Air Force Intelligence Specialist Mike Turber, has sparked much controversy over his recent claims that Tic Tac shaped UFOs first witnessed and videotaped by Navy pilots back in 2004, were in fact highly classified USAF spacecraft. Turber asserts that this was first revealed to him back in 2005 by a USAF “Audiovisual Specialist” responsible for preparing PowerPoint slides for a classified briefing involving senior officials from the US Navy, Air Force, DARPA, and a major aerospace contractor at a think tank.
A number of individuals have questioned Turber’s authenticity and the accuracy of his information, but a December 2019 response by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) to a Freedom of Information Act request appears to confirm Turber’s core claim that such a classified briefing took place in 2005, and he was the first to report it.
What was discussed at the meeting and what Turber’s confidential source learned goes a long way in answering questions over the origins of the UFOs witnessed and videotaped by Navy personnel during training exercises held in 2004 (Tic Tac case), and later in 2015 (Go Fast and Gimball cases).
Turber’s information also points to a specific defense contractor, likely either Lockheed Martin or Northrup Grumman, that built the Tic Tacs for the USAF, which tested them against the Navy’s best surveillance and intercept capabilities in 2004. Turber further adds that the Navy later gained its own Tic Tac craft and tested these in the 2015 sightings cases.
I spoke to Turber on March 12, and asked him a series of questions about the 2005 briefing and what he was told about it by his confidential source. The source was a USAF serviceman whose Air Force Speciality Code (AFSC) at the time Turber first met him was AFSC 23030 (Audiovisual Specialist) whom Turber had befriended during his own prior military service with the USAF (1984-1988).
During Turber’s military service, his own AFSC was “Electronic Intelligence Operations Specialist” (20530-50). Turber’s job summary was described as: “Operates electronic monitoring and related equipment, operates electronic analysis equipment, and analyzes, processes, and produces results of monitored electronic emissions.”
This is a vitally important background fact to keep in mind when considering why Turber was later asked by his A/V specialist source to comment on classified intelligence data acquired during the 2004 Tic Tac incident.
Turber’s information is critical for understanding the true origins of the UFOs the Navy pilots began encountering in 2004 and later in 2015 during major Naval training exercises involving different carrier groups with the most advanced radar and electronic monitoring equipment used at the time.
What follows are extracts from my discussion with Turber and the information he shared, which was recorded and transcribed with his permission.
I began by asking Turber when he first met his confidential source who told him about the 2005 briefing. He replied:
Probably in the mid-80s. We’re doing through the Air Force, and so we kept contact, I’ve kept contact with quite a few people that were, you know … good friends or what have you. And I was utilized a lot, you know, I was kind of like the friend that everybody goes to … ask … what do you think about this or that or whatever … in relationship to all kinds of different subject matter. And then that correlated into the think tank program … where we met again because he was part of one of the think tanks that I was at. And he was actually doing the audiovisual for that location.
By 2005, Turber had been recruited from the Air Force with advanced skills in intelligence analysis of electronic communications, and he began working for different defense contractors and intelligence organizations.
Meanwhile, his source/friend continued to work with the Air Force as an A/V Specialist, and contacted him about “briefing slides” he was working on for an upcoming meeting involving Navy communications data about a UFO, which greatly excited him. Turber explains what happened back in 2005:
What he was doing was setting up the, they call them briefing slides, but it’s actually a power point presentation, but they still use old terminology.… The presentation involved the data that was acquired from the [USS] Nimitz and from [USS] Princeton, and also from the [E-2] Hawkeye and a couple of other sources. I can’t remember all of them.… He gave me a call. We talked for a few minutes … I could tell by his voice he was excited, but concerned at the same time.
He thought he was setting up a presentation about a UFO…. So he wasn’t sure how to approach it. But he went ahead and was obviously doing his job and what have you.
Now for him to contact me was obviously way out of norm because that’s just something that, you know, you wouldn’t do if you’re [in] a compartmentalize[d project], and you’re working inside of a certain area. So that’s understandable. So he’s given me permission to say what happened, but not any … specifics…. But the gist of the matter is … he’s listened to some of the comms going back and forth between the pilots and the [USS] Princeton and pilots, and then Hawkeye, and going back forth. But at the time, he didn’t even know what was actually going on. Because that was the first piece of information that he had.
“So well, without listening to them, I can’t really tell you”… and so when he called me back probably an hour or so later, and he played some of the comms over the phone, and I can hear the pilots talking back and forth and some of the other communications that were going on, and you could tell there was something rather odd.
The pilots were being asked what their loadout was, which obviously is a little bit strange. And then, you know, that’s information [that’s] been released, but the other odd thing that occurred was when the pilots of the second group now there’s three, I call them three groups. There was one pilot that was out first that was doing a maintenance check on his plane, and he was going to be part of a Red Team, Blue Team kind of thing.
And then you had Commander Fravor and his … two F-18s that went out for that intercept. And then of course, you had Chad Underwood’s intercept. So on the second flight, which is Commander Fravor’s flight, they were ordered to come back to the ship after the Tic Tac flew past him and went back to the CAP point. But there was more communication than what we’ve heard so far.
The communication that I recall was their request to go after the object and to continue the pursuit and the request to have someone else possibly come up and help them with the loadout problem. So that information has not been revealed. But they were denied that.
Turber went on to describe what happened a few days after he first listened to the radio communications between the different Navy planes and ships discussing the Tic Tac sightings:
About three or four days go by, and he calls back. And at that time, he had gathered a lot more information to say about this stuff we talked about the other day. “I [the AV source] figured it out. This is just Air Force, testing some new technology, blah, blah, blah. And it wasn’t what we thought it was.” Because on our first conversation, he was, we’re both thinking UFO, extraterrestrial origin or whatever. But during the second call, either “A” he was told to clean up the first call if someone knew about it, or “B”, he was actually just telling me what he really found out, which I believe … to be the case…. The information that he gathered in the interim, and with the number of people that were coming to the location for the briefing, he determined that it was US in origin.
Critically, this is where the initial excitement that Turber’s source felt about the UFO sighting, quickly waned since he had learned that it was US built, and not extraterrestrial as he and Turber had first speculated.
Turber went on to describe how the manufacturer of the Tic Tac’s was interested in how the Navy and foreign nations responded to the secret Air Force craft maneuvers:
The name of the manufacturer of the object and the intelligence briefing, and by the people that were coming in, it was quite clear that they were just going over what would be considered existing technology at that time in seeing the response of the Navy, how they would respond to it as it would correlate to how the Russians or how the Chinese would respond to it. Mind that timeframe 2005. The Russians and the Chinese were both of primary concern. Now the Chinese seem to be more of a concern than Russia at the moment.
The critical thing to emphasize here is that Turber is telling us that he first heard in 2005, the data communications recorded on the USS Princeton, on the E-2 Hawkeye and on the USS Nimitz that had been confiscated a year earlier according to several Navy witnesses.
Patrick [PJ] Hughes, a Petty Officer on the USS Nimitz, says that two Air Force personnel confiscated the “data bricks” comprising all the electronic data recorded of the Tic Tacs. Meanwhile, on the USS Princeton, Gary Voorhis said that two unidentified civilians confiscated all the data.
If Turber is accurate in claiming that he listened to radio communications data that had been confiscated a year earlier from two Navy ships, but was now being analyzed for an upcoming briefing by his A/V specialist source, this directly supports the idea that the Tic Tac incidents were part of an Air Force covert operation.
Turber offered the following insight, which strengthens the case that the Tic Tac craft were part of a USAF covert operation.
Now, that, to me, is a very pivotal point in that if you have an object that’s inside military airspace or creating an issue for a training zone, which is where I guess it was whiskey one or whatever they named it, you wouldn’t allow these aircraft to go after an object such as this without some form of ordinance or what have you. But at the time, the question is, why wouldn’t you task someone from Coronado, or from Miramar or from any of these other … locations to go out to this area, which is obviously within minutes of flight time to aid in this in the search, especially if these objects were there for several days.
That’s always been a question of mine and that in some form that leaves proof that this is obviously an Air Force operation. And that the normal military response, if an object is infiltrating our airspace, is obviously send up more assets and to actually continue the pursuit until you figure out what this thing is where it came from, or even if necessary, shoot it down. But it was out in essentially international waters, but it was inside of a military training space.
Turber went on to respond to questions about the 2005 briefing and the defense contractor responsible for building the Tic Tacs that attended, and the role of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in helping develop the technologies. Significantly, Turber makes a connection to recent patents granted to the inventor Salvatore Pais on behalf of the US Navy, which had also attended the 2005 briefing.
The briefing, the way the slides were set up, was obviously as an introduction to the technology that was going to be utilized. The contractor was there … that actually developed the technology that created [the] Tic Tac.… DARPA was there as well. … DARPA’s own presentation, which is basically the history of how that technology was developed…. And that’s where apparently all the patents that come out from [Salvatore Pais] are now gaining some, some traction in the end. As far as the timing and everything, the timing is obviously ultra critical for what the Navy’s doing right now.
I asked Turber whether Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks was the defense contractor that built the Tic Tac shaped craft, his response pointed out that the Navy was also working closely with the contractor that had originally built the Tic Tacs for the USAF:
I would neither confirm nor deny, okay. I will say that, obviously, there’s very few contractors that work. I’ve already revealed that the objects are built in Plant 42. And there’s very few contractors that are there, but there’s several adjacent contractors that would come in that would work with them, because some of the technology that was developed.
The antigravity technology that the Navy actually paid for, more recently, I guess, was from a company called EMC2. And then they shut off the funding to that organization, and then they ramped up the funding to one of the organizations at Plant 42. So apparently some transfer of information and technology was made and, and they want to keep it all under wraps at Plant 42 …
What supports Turber’s testimony here is that a 2016 article in Geekwire confirms that the Navy gave EMC2 a total of $12 million to study the feasibility of a nuclear fusion reactor using electromagnetic containment principles from 2008 to 2014. It is therefore very plausible that EMC2 received funding from the Navy for a classified antigravity research project at some point.
What is highly significant for Turber’s remarkable testimony about the true origins of the Tic Tac craft revealed at a classified 2005 briefing, is a recent Freedom of Information Act response by the Navy that appears to confirm that such a meeting had indeed taken place, and that highly classified “briefing slides” had been prepared for the meeting.
The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) had responded to an FOIA request sent on October 28, by UFO researcher, Christian Lambright. Specifically, Lambright asked:
This request is to include all releasable portions of records and reports related to investigation of the detection of and encounter(s) with Anomalous Aerial Vehicles (AAVs) by personnel involved with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG) operations off the western coast of the United States during the period of approximately 10-16 November, 2004. The designation ‘AAVs’ is used here because it appeared in a summary of these events, so there may also be other terms used in the material I am requesting.
On December 9 … the ONI responded to Lambright’s FOIA request, and referred to “briefing slides” concerning the 2004 Tic Tac incident.
Our review of our records and systems reveal that ONI has no releasable records related to your request. ONI has searched our records for responsive documents. We have discovered certain briefing slides that are classified TOP SECRET. A review of these materials indicates that are currently and appropriately Marked and Classified TOP SECRET under Executive Order 13526, and the Original Classification Authority has determined that the release of these materials would cause exceptionally grave damage to the National Security of the United States.
The ONI FOIA response confirms that a trained military serviceman with skills as an “AV Specialist” would have been required to prepare the briefing slides for the Navy, and other military personnel and contractors in attendance at such a briefing. This makes Turber’s claim that his source was the AV Specialist who prepared the briefing slides based on classified intelligence data from the Navy ships acquired by the USAF, which he subsequently shared with Turber, quite plausible.
It’s also vitally important to emphasize here that Turber was the first person to discuss “briefing slides” concerning the 2004 Tic Tac sightings when he came forward on November 4, 2019, in an interview with Jim Breslo. Turber announced what his A/V source had confided to him about the briefing slides the source was working on for a classified 2005 meeting.
Turber’s own background as an “Electronic Intelligence Operations Specialist”, with a Top Secret security clearance, which he maintained after he was recruited into covert operations after 1988, makes it very plausible that his AV source shared the intelligence data from the 2004 Tic Tac sightings with him. It is understandable why Turber was being consulted by his AV source, who needed some expert advice in preparing his briefing slides by someone with the necessary clearances to advise him.
I asked Turber for his thoughts on the ONI FOIA response and whether it was referring to the 2005 briefing, or more recent classified briefings involving Navy personnel and members of the US Congress that took place from December 2018 to May 2019:
I believe because the FOIA requests that … Christian Lambright … put out … was trying to reference the Tic Tac event. And if you don’t, if you don’t reference, I know it was they wouldn’t bring up the Congress briefings if the FOI request didn’t mention them. I think he was … as it relates to the Tic Tac event. So I believe that the briefing that he’s referring to … obviously was geared towards the Tic Tac event. So I believe that the briefing that they’re speaking about would be the briefing back in 2005.
And there may have been more than one briefing but the briefing that I’m aware of is the one where the data bricks and all the data from Nimitz and the Hornet and the Hawkeye and the Princeton were all taken to a specific location … be to be analyzed. And they did analyze them individually. And then once that data was analyzed, there was there was a group that that analyzed the data.
Now the that group included DARPA, and included the contractor included Air Force, and it included Navy. So all of those people were there analyzing that same data. Then after the data was analyzed, then it was fed into this group that was going to make it into some form of presentation that the top brass could basically digest, and that’s where he came in. Now, that was done in early 2005. So that would be as much of that as I think I can discuss without getting in anyone in trouble.
I agree with Turber’s analysis that the FOIA response that Lambert got is referring to “briefing slides” that were prepared by his confidential A/V Specialist source concerning the original Tic Tac sightings back in 2004. The FOIA response by ONI is specific to the 2004 sightings, rather than recent briefings of members of Congress that have occurred.
Consequently, the ONI FOIA response is important corroboration for Turber’s account of what he learned about a classified 2005 briefing concerning the origins of the Tic Tac craft, and them being prototype aerospace vehicles built at Plant 42 first on behalf of the USAF, and later for the Navy, by a major aerospace contractor.
Turber’s recollections and analysis have important implications given recent efforts to depict the 2004 Tic Tac and subsequent Gimball and GoFast UFO sightings in 2015 as national security threats posed by possible extraterrestrial visitors. Indeed, Turber’s testimony helps counter a growing narrative over the Tic Tac sightings that may be used to implement a false flag alien invasion plan that has long been rumored to exist.
Article by Tim Hinchliffe March 14, 2020 (sociable.co)
• The Navy has confirmed that the UFOs (or UAPs) seen in Navy videos performing seemingly impossible maneuvers are “real”. But this doesn’t mean they are aliens. It is more likely that they were built by humans under a black budget secret space program. Supporting this assertion is the fact that the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has spent $22 million dollars on research into warp drives, antigravity, wormholes, extra dimension manipulation, and more.
• Declassified government research into warp drives provides insight into how UFOs could theoretically bend space-time as a means of propulsion. The DIA disclosed 38 research papers that were funded and created under the Pentagon’s ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’. One of the papers is entitled “Warp Drive, Dark Energy and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions.”
• According to the ‘Warp Drive’ research paper, “Physicists have discovered two loopholes to Einstein’s ultimate speed limit: the Einstein-Rosen bridge (ie: a ‘wormhole’) and the warp drive.” Both ideas involve manipulation of space-time itself. The paper’s authors extrapolate on the work of Miguel Alcubierre who in 1994 theorized that by manipulating extra dimensions, a warp drive could bend space around a craft by contracting space in front of it while expanding space behind it.
• The basic idea is to manipulate the fabric of space in the immediate vicinity of а spacecraft, by creating a bubble of space that is contracting in front of the spacecraft while expanding behind it, in order to create propulsion. Warping space and moving through time is known as “warp drive”. Within its own time-warp bubble, the craft itself isn’t exceeding the speed of light. The craft remains stationary inside this ‘warp bubble’. The movement of space around it facilitates the relative motion of the spacecraft.
• Warp drive manipulates extra dimensions in order to gain control of dark energy. If a technology were able “to influence the radius of an extra dimension, then it would acquire direct control over dark energy, and hence the expansion and contraction of space itself,” according to the paper. “[T]he dark energy density would… change only in the vicinity of the spacecraft, as would the expansion of space.” “[T]he universe would continue to expand at the гаtе we observe today, but that only in the proximity of the spacecraft would space bе “stimulated” to expand at some modified rate.”
• Michael Masters, a professor of biological anthropology at Montana Tech, claims in his book: Identified Flying Objects: A Multidisciplinary Scientific Approach to the UFO Phenomenon, that many UFOs are actually made by humans in the future, whom he calls “extratempestrials.”
• Joseph Agnew, an undergraduate engineer at the University of Alabama and research assistant at the Huntsville Propulsion Research Center, agrees that warp drive is theoretically possible, but that “further advances in quantum physics, quantum mechanics and metamaterials” are still needed to make them a reality.
• Whether or not these technologies are currently ‘operational’, the US government is certainly working on a slew of exotic advanced technologies. In addition to space-time bending warp drive propulsion, the government is also currently researching stargates, wormholes, and antigravity.
Last year the US Navy confirmed that UFOs exist, meaning someone has access to advanced technology to build them. Declassified government research into warp drives provides insight into how UFOs could theoretically bend spacetime as a means of propulsion.
Slowly but surely, the confirmed existence of UFOs is entering the public consciousness.
Leaked video footage depicts Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) making seemingly impossible maneuvers while the Air Force pilots recording the craft looked on in wonder, literally shouting, “Wow! What is that, man? Look at that flying!”
More palatable, perhaps, than claiming these UFOs come from ETs, is the probability that they were built by humans as part of some black budget secret space program.
When you stop to think about the magnitude of what that actually means, you realize that there is advanced technology out there that is way beyond anything that is commercially available at present.
The Navy has confirmed that the UFOs seen in leaked video footage are real UAP, senators have been briefed on UFO sightings, and between 2007 and 2012 the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) spent $22 million dollars on research into warp drives, antigravity, wormholes, extra dimension
manipulation, and whole lot more!
As a thought exercise, let’s take a look at one of the 38 research papers that the DIA disclosed it had funded as part of its “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” called “Warp Drive, Dark Energy and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions.”
Therein it explains how an advanced technology could theoretically bend space and time around a craft as a form of propulsion called a warp drive — which doesn’t violate the cosmic speed limit.
“Physicists have discovered two loopholes to Einstein’s ultimate speed limit: the Einstein-Rosen bridge (commonly referred to as а ‘wormhole’) and the warp drive,” the paper reads.
“Fundamentally, both ideas involve manipulation of spacetime itself in some exotic way that allows for faster-than-light (FTL) travel.”
