The U.S. military industrial complex has been conducting military research and development in Antarctica that grossly violates the 1961 Antarctic Treaty, according to secret space program insider Corey Goode. In previous updates he has described his two visits to Antarctica and the secret excavations occurring with an ancient civilization buried under the ice sheets.
Recently, scientists have confirmed the existence of networks of thermally heated caverns under the West Antarctic ice sheets and have speculated on the kind of life that could be supported there. These scientific announcements help corroborate Corey’s claims of extensive underground facilities that contain space ports, and are conducting military research and development there.
In this latest series of questions and answers, Corey describes the history of these Antarctica Treaty violations and how it began with a merging of the US military industrial complex with a German secret space program established in Antarctica during WWII.
Significantly, he refers for the first time to secret space ports and elite facilities built in Argentina and Brazil, which were first established as part of the German space program. These are now part of a corporate run space program he describes as the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC).
Most disturbing is Corey’s reference to the human rights abuses occurring in Antarctica under the illegal military research and development there by the U.S. military industrial complex, which is controlled by the ICC. He identifies Argentina and Mexico as additional locations where such abuses are occurring.

MS – You say that Project Iceworm was a means for the US military to secretly place weapons systems in Antarctica. Were nuclear weapons included among the weapons eventually taken to Antarctica?
CG – Project Iceworm was originally developed to house ICBM bases in strategic regions across the Arctic and Antarctic. This project was also coopted to build research and development bases in the Antarctic for both military and military industrial complex entities to utilize for the development of highly unethical and illegal operations.
Nuclear weapons were indeed installed in these polar missile siloes. A number of ICBM’s that are currently deployed do not have nuclear warheads but do have kinetic weapons similar to the Rods from God. Each warhead carries up to 3 kinetic projectiles.
MS – What was the relationship between the US military and the German secret space program hidden under the Antarctic ice shelf after Project Iceworm? Was it collaboration or competition as a result of secret agreements reached with the Eisenhower Administration by the German SSP/Dark Fleet?
CG – The original German Secret Space Program was mostly cannibalized into the ICC and the MIC SSP. Remnants of the original German Secret Space Program are associated with the Dark Fleet who is mostly stationed outside our solar system and works closely with the Draco. The merging of the German Program with American Programs occurred almost immediately. The MIC SSP and groups that later became the ICC only began to build bases in Antarctica in earnest after the 1952 treaty that was signed between the US and the German Break Away Group.
MS – The Antarctic Treaty that came into effect in 1961 commits signatory nations to peaceful and scientific activities in Antarctica. In what ways is the Treaty being currently violated?
CG – Yes, this is one of the reasons I have been heavily leaned on to stop talking about the R&D Bases down there. I was told to focus on the ancient civilization that was located under the ice as well as the environments I encountered within the ice caverns that were created by geothermic energy.
As I was getting these warnings we began to see new information coming in about Antarctica that would give fertile ground to anyone who wanted to talk about finding unexpected things under the ice on this remote continent. We soon saw an announcement in the news about a University discovering unexpected ecosystems under the ice within these Ice Caverns. They mention that the temperatures in these ice caverns reach over 20 degrees Celsius allowing people to be comfortable in only tee-shirts.
I had also discussed that geothermic vents created giant ice caverns that often led up to holes on the surface that were natural heat vents. This too popped up in the news recently (also here)
We have also reported on excavations that are going on under the ice via steam and explosives that is destabilizing the major ice shelf in the region. I would expect that with the noted increase in geothermic activity along with the continued excavation beneath the ice, we will see more cracks and large sections of ice breaking off into the ocean.
MS -You have said that in 2016 you were given an aerial tour of up to six of Antarctica’s secret industrial facilities. Which of these are space ports used for the Dark Fleet and/or Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate?
CG – I believe the major bases and under ice ports I saw were now mostly in control of the ICC who through its many tentacles controls other programs such as MIC SSP.

MS – Are there Dark Fleet/ICC space ports in Argentina?
CG – Yes, I’m told there are minor space ports in Argentina and Brazil. I was told of one other location in South America that I cannot recall.
MS -What role does the town of Bariloche (which Presidents Eisenhower, Clinton and Obama have visited) play in the Dark Fleet/ICC program out of Argentina?
CG – I’m told that major meetings between various secret societies (Black Sun etc) and Nazi leaders have occurred there since the 1950’s. High level meetings are said to be held there to this day. I don’t have any other information than that.
MS -You have said that what is happening in Antarctica far exceeds alleged abuses at the secret Dulce underground base in New Mexico. What human rights violations and experiments are occurring at secret Antarctic bases?
CG – Yes, These R&D Bases do Nuclear, Biological and Radiation Experiments on Humans. There are a number of human cloning operations going on in these and other bases.
MS -Are such abuses also happening at the Argentina space port facilities?
CG – Absolutely, but to a much lesser degree. Similar bases have been reported in Mexico’s “zone of silence” area.
MS -What do you know about an elite bunker in Brazil and an underground network that extends north to the US and south to Antarctica?
CG – It was supposed to be a next generation bunker. Many of the previous bunkers had been compromised by the development of exotic weapons systems by the enemies of these Elite. This new bunker was to be extremely sophisticated and house many of the “True Elites”, not the figure head Elites we would be familiar with currently.
This base came to my attention originally in a report over a year ago that stated that supplies were being moved into this bunker at an alarming rate. About a year later I heard that these Elite were beginning to move their family members and personal possessions into this bunker.
During this time entire families would disappear from their homes. Relatives would file missing persons reports stating that the family had disappeared without a trace. When investigated it appeared that moving trucks had pulled up and loaded very quickly according to testimony from baffled neighbors.
Many of these families ended up in this and similar facilities. This all seems to be a part of a build up to something very big occurring on the surface of the Earth.
MS -What do you know of other NATO countries discoveries in Antarctica?
CG – Other NATO countries have made interesting discoveries. I am receiving information from NATO sources that a number of countries have not only made similar discoveries under the ice in Antarctica, but many of these countries are also conducting similar R&D in the region.
MS -What is the latest you have heard about the secret excavations in Antarctica of the buried Pre-Adamite civilization, and the Pre-Adamites still alive in stasis chambers in their mothership?
CG – I have not been briefed on the current status of the stasis chamber beings. I have received a few briefings on what was found under the ice. I reported most of that information in an online report as well as on Cosmic Disclosure.

It’s hard to know where to begin when writing on a subject that seems to top the Google search engine charts year after year. It’s no secret that the world is fascinated with the idea that intelligent extraterrestrial life did, and currently could be, visiting our planet, and regularly. The unfortunate part about the phenomenon is that the world rarely sees evidence for it presented in a credible way. Nearly all mainstream media outlets, news anchors, and journalists do more harm than good, discrediting a topic that has plenty of proof behind it. Either it’s not discussed at all, or it’s done through ridicule.
Yet the very first Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) flat out told the New York Times in 1960 that, “behind the scenes, high ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs, but through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.”
I’m led to wonder whether the connections we’ve written about in the past between the CIA and the media included official disinformation campaigns pertaining to the UFO/extraterrestrial subject, and if so, whether that’s still happening today.
Today, there are hundreds of people and documents that have shown, beyond a doubt, that UFOs exist, and that some of them could be extraterrestrial, and others, our own advanced technology. The documents show objects travelling at unattainable speeds, and performing maneuvers that no known aircraft can perform.
As far as people, we have high ranking military personnel, politicians, astronauts, and academics from different fields flat out telling us that we are not alone, and that this is known at the highest levels of government, or those who puppet the government. Whether it be a former Chairman of the Royal Navy telling us that “there is a serious possibility that we are being visited, and have been visited by people from outer space,” a former Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee telling us that “I do know that whatever the Air Force has on the subject is going to remain highly classified,” or an Apollo 14 astronaut saying that “there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered,” we have no shortage of high ranking insiders attesting to the reality of this phenomenon.
For decades, as General Carlos Cavero told the world in 1979, “everything” has been “in a process of investigation both in the United States and in Spain, as well as the rest of the world.” On a global scale, “the nations of the world are currently working together in the investigation of the UFO phenomenon” and there is “an international exchange of data.”
This is why so many academics, like Harvard professor and Pulitzer prize winner John E. Mack, believe that “it’s both literally, physically happening to a degree; and it’s also some kind of psychological, spiritual experience occurring and originating perhaps in another dimension.” Perhaps his most astonishing investigation came from more than 60 schoolchildren in the town of Ruwa, Zimbabwe.

This all raises so many questions in so many branches of human knowledge. Take physics, for example. • In the 1950’s, Extraterrestrial contactees like George Adamski and Truman Bethurum who claimed that the ET’s were concerned about our proliferation of nuclear weapons were casually dismissed as a psychological response to Cold War anxiety.
• But a 1960 French book by Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier reveals that these types of warnings were made by alchemists in the 1930’s.
• In Paris in 1937, Bergier, who had been working on nuclear energy, had a meeting with a mysterious man who told him, “the work you and your peers are doing is terribly dangerous. And it is not only you who are in peril, but the whole of Humanity.”
• The mystery man said, “We Alchemists have known about this for a long time,” and warned that atomic explosives manufactured from only a few grams of metal would have the power to vaporize entire cities.
• The mystery man then read a passage from a book: “There existed in the past civilizations who knew the energy of the atom and were totally destroyed for the misuse of that power.”

UFOlogy is a senile discipline. By this I’m not referring to its age, or how after more than 60 years it hasn’t seemingly come any closer into solving the enigma which spawned its existence. What I mean is that UFOlogy as a field has the terrible tendency of narrow-sightedness, and of forgetting the valuable lessons from the past. Some of our critics on UFOs: Reframing the Debate, for example, complained we weren’t really saying anything particularly original compared to the thinkers and ideas of the late 60’s and early 70’s; our defense was we weren’t actually trying to be novel so much as remarking what was pointed out by the true mavericks preceding us, but hasn’t been paid attention to enough by the newer generations… to the detriment of the study of unidentified flying objects, and the intelligence(s) in control of them.
Take for instance the controversial topic of the Contactees: Most people believe it was in the 1950’s when common citizens like George Adamski or Truman Bethurum began claiming to be in contact with extraterrestrials hailing from Venus, Jupiter –or far more exotically-named planets like Clarion– and the main concern of our Space Brothers was the proliferation of nuclear weapons in our world, and the threat they posed to the survival of Humanity… or even to the stability of the entire Cosmos. Psychologists have tried to explain the sociological phenomenon of the Contactees as stemming out of Cold War anxieties, and a religious need from saviors from on-high repackaged for the consumption of the Space Age.
But those psychologists –and even most UFOlogists– would be surprised to learn warnings against a nuclear Armageddon can be traced back before the start of the Cold War and the Space Age –before even the fission of the atom had been experimentally achieved for the first time by German chemist Otto Hahn in 1938! And these warnings didn’t come from long-haired Venusians on board silvery saucers, but from a secretive individual who claimed to be in possession of a powerful legacy of knowledge, assembled from the scattered remains of a lost civilization.
These warnings came from an Alchemist.
The story I’m about to tell can be found in a book I consider to be indispensable reading by anyone interested in these topics: “Le Matin des Magiciens” (Morning of the Magicians) by Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier. Alas, this gem is barely known among most English-speaking UFO circles for three main reasons: It was published in 1960 (strike one); its main topic is not UFOs but philosophy and secret knowledge (strike two) and it was written by two French men (strike three! You’re out!!).
Louis Pauwels (1920-1997) was a writer and journalist with a life-long interest in Eastern mysticism and the philosophy of Gurdjieff. In 1954 he met Jacques Bergier (1912-1978) whose life is probably more deserving of a motion picture than any lazy 80’s remake: Born in Ukraine and of Jewish descent, he was a writer as well as a chemical engineer who became a resistance fighter and spy during the German occupation of France, was later captured and sent to the Mauthausen concentration camp. After the Liberation he played a key role into the discovery of the Nazi nuclear program, and how far they have gone into the development of atomic weaponry.
Bergier was credited by his friends for having a prodigious intelligence and encyclopedic knowledge. When he was 6 years old he saw an ancient woodcut illustration of two old alchemists working on their lab, which sparked his interest in the forgotten lore of Alchemy. To him the modern discoveries about radioactivity and the composition of the atom held the promise of unlocking the true secret behind the transmutation of the elements, and creating a bridge between the Past and the Future.
But his contemporaries not only considered Alchemy a superstitious nonsense (the way we still do to this day) but even nuclear energy was still regarded a ‘fringe’ subject in theoretical physics, with no possible applications in real life (just like electricity and magnetism in the XVIIIth century). In 1933 Bergier is scolded by a teacher of his –one of the best chemists in all of France– for wasting his time in such ‘infantile’ interests as nuclear physics, and admonishes him to pursue a ‘sensible’ career in the sugar refinement industry instead.
Thankfully to us Bergier was not only smart; he was also stubborn, bless his heart. He disregards the advice and continues his ‘reckless’ studies in both cutting-edge physics and ancient Alchemy. From 1934 to 1940 he became a collaborator of the eminent physicist and chemist André Helbronner, who was among the first scientists trying to unravel the secret behind atomic energy, before he was murdered by the Nazis in 1944.
It was at the behest of Helbronner that Bergier had a strange meeting with a mysterious individual on June of 1937, two years before Germany invaded Poland and WWII began. The meeting took place in an empty testing lab owned by ‘Gas Society’ of Paris. The strange man started the conversation by saying he knew Bergier assisted Helbronner in the quest of the atomic secret, and mentioned their recent success in unleashing radioactivity in polonium.
“You are very close to success, as are many other contemporary wise men,” said the stranger (remember Hahn’s experiment in ’38) “but the work you and your peers are doing is terribly dangerous. And it is not only you who are in peril, but the whole of Humanity.”
The man explained to Bergier the liberation of nuclear energy was easier than what was believed at the time, and the resulting superficial radioactivity could poison the entire planetary atmosphere in just a matter of years. He also warned that atomic explosives could be manufactured using only a few grams of metal and they would have the power to vaporize entire cities. “We Alchemists have known about this for a long time.”
Before Bergier could protest or ask any questions, the man continued: “I know what you are going to say –that Alchemists didn’t know the structure of the atomic nucleus, didn’t have electricity or any detection methods. Therefore they could never release the nuclear energy. I shall not try to prove what I am about to tell you now, but I beg you to repeat this to monsieur Helbronner: It only takes certain geometric assemblies, without the need for electricity or a vacuum medium. And now I will limit myself to reciting a few lines…”

To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (from now on referred to as To the Stars Academy) was launched by Tom De Longe and by several recently retired aerospace and intelligence community insiders. They call it a “public benefit corporation.” It hopes to collaborate with global citizens to explore the boundary areas of traditional theories. For instance, in terms of technologies, warp drive “is not out of the question.” The stated public purpose is Education – Community – Sustainability – Transparency. According to DeLonge, a company that would inspire, entertain and galvanize thinking. Its stated projects are “about dreams, the paranormal, consciousness and even a historical fictional account behind the UFO phenomenon and our dealings with it. The To the Stars Academy strategy to bring the greatest and most controversial secret to the People will be to “innovate, educate and, hopefully, wildly entertain.”
Mr. DeLonge starts with a video explaining how he had been interested in UFOs and mystery since childhood; how after receiving his first pay check from performing with his band Blink182 he bought a computer to try to gather theories about the UFO phenomenon in order to come up with a unified theory. He mentioned that the extraterrestrial presence had had both good and bad consequences. That surprised me as that was a simple but – as far s we know – fair statement and I had thought that he would only emphasized the negative.
Then, he said that, at a certain point (as To the Stars Academy was getting “on its feet”), there were meetings around the country for 18 months with members of various intelligence agencies (including NASA, DoD and various agencies) all the while his band was unraveling.
Mr. DeLonge met with persons that work in Special Access Projects in Area 51, meeting in abandoned buildings in Washington DC, desert airports. After these meetings, he learned: 1) That there are certain things that should not have been kept secret; 2) That certain secrets were justifiable at the time but that they should now be revealed; 3) That there are certain things so unimaginable that certain interests belief that they should never ever be publicly revealed.
After an article in The Wall Street Journal stated that he had been been meeting with intelligence agents in relation to UFOs he was approached by more individuals. Then (after coming up with a proposal early in 2017 about a way to reveal to the public what was happening with a secret that had been kept for over 70 years) he had several further meetings with important intelligence agents and scientists that joined him.

On October 11, 2017, To the Stars Academy produced an internet event that may amount to a non-official, but implicitly officially sanctioned partial disclosure. To the Stars Academy is a civilian company that aims to produce advanced technologies, probably some of which for national security reasons the military will never reveal, specially the most advanced ones that can be weaponized.
Mr. Chris Mellon
During the presentation Mr. Christopher Mellon: said that there’s a need to end excessive secrecy. There’s a need to spark the public imagination. Mr. Mellon reported that a US Navy-UFO encounter (with F-18 engagement) involving the USS Nimitz and several witnesses was a real event and that there had been many such events. He mentioned an approaching object has been detected on (primary) radar.
Mr. Mellon said that the oversight committees of Congress and Congress in general have to be appraised of the facts, that the various oversight committees can easily request briefings of this event and others like it. “Without the facts congress will not know how to respond. Mr. Mellon mentioned that To the Stars Academy is a public corporation and one of its stated purposes is also to stimulate new thinking. The to the Stars corporation is referred to as “more than a commercial venture. It is an intellectual adventure.”

Mr. Mellon was the “chair of the Science Committee at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. He served 20 years in the federal government, including as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the Clinton and Bush Administrations. In addition, he’s worked many years on Capitol Hill including as the Minority Staff Director of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. As an aide to Senator William S. Lou Elizondo, a career and intelligence officer continued the presentation. He mentioned that the most interesting topic he was involved with was with advanced aerial threats, focusing on unidentified aerial technologies. He learned that the phenomenon is real. Mentioned that To the Stars Academy will allow a community of interest to detect real events with two way communications and even engineer technology. That they will allow into the public never before released information and to work recording real-time events. They will also facilitate participants to “crowd crunch” data.

Mr. Elizondo worked “with the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, the National Counterintelligence Executive, and the Director of National Intelligence. As a former Special Agent In-Charge, Luis conducted and supervised highly sensitive espionage and terrorism investigations around the world. As an intelligence Case Officer, he ran clandestine source operations throughout Latin America and the Middle East. Most recently, Luis managed the security for certain sensitive portfolios for the US Government as the Director for the National Programs Special Management Staff. Then, Dr. Steve Justice spoke. He worked with Lockheed Skunk Works in a heavily protected facility with some of the technology that many people misinterpret as UFOs. To him the UFO phenomenon is real due to witnesses like Mr. Elizondo and Mellon and it can be technologically reproduced. Considering his comments, I don’t know how much he already knew about retro engineering extraterrestrial vehicles while at Lockheed.

Was he privy to the most secret compartmentalized projects or to highly classified, but nonetheless, “medium level” secret aerospace projects? Regardless of how much he knows about ET flying saucer machinery, as head of the aerospace division of To the Stars Academy (which he now leads) he wants to build an object that reproduces the UFO events previously described. He basically said that the technologies of To the Stars Academy will prepare us for the future and that we shouldn’t dare to place limits on what we can do.

Tom DeLonge showed a video that image-wise also refers to extraterrestrial UFOs, illustrated by possible archaeological finds like some apparently ancient carved ET images in Mexico.
In the video Mr. Jim Semivan, a retired senior intelligence service member of the Central Intelligence Agency says;
“These things are real; these things are out there, they have been out there for a long time; they are not the provenance of the Government, of any Government in the world. They belong to us. Dr. Hal Puthoff, a PhD physicist who also worked with classified projects for the Pentagon is involved. The announcements are an important step forward to legitimize the issue that some UFOs may originate with non-human intelligences, but I consider this event to be a partial disclosure. I think that some or all of the persons involved were part of the Government’s secret investigation on the subject but that – perhaps – they were not privy to the most secret research and findings. There might be a deeper level of secrecy (not clearly of the U.S. Government) also working with the extraterrestrial subject, strategies, alliances and retro engineering. It might even be international in scope and still associated with corporations as Dr. Greer has tried to explain for many years.
However, some persons making the decisions on what to reveal (MAJIC and other commitees that have the overall picture?) may have allowed a shallower level of secrecy to be partially and gradually revealed and asked them to come forward with what they know in order to start working with the civilian population. Perhaps pro-disclosure factions in the deepest “need to know” (sometimes referred to as “white hats”) might have deemed adequate for a civilian organization to link with the community at large. It might be the activation of one of many plausible disclosure strategies. This time what is being disclosed is less “plausibly deniable” due to the credentials of the individuals involved, some of whom recently retired from intelligence and aerospace.
In my view, it is an important step forward that changes the UFO and ET research picture while some of the most guarded secrets remain guarded, as they should be because some technology cannot fall into the wrong hands. The speakers gave me the impression of being well-intended. But how much do they know? The speakers know an ET presence is real, that their devices are real, and want to at least partially reproduce the technology (giving them the benefit of the doubt) for the benefit of humankind. They are not revealing that we are in cohoots with some extraterrestrial species or that we have a working space fleet and only seem to have had access to medium level retro engineered devices and classified knowledge that we are not alone. Revealing this much should be a BIG game changer and pro-diclosure activists should be glad!
Now Government officials should say something about this and legitimize the subject even more, basically giving “permission” to the press, other scientistsm various cultural leaders to talk about UFOs and ETs more openly! Perhaps even Russia and other countries with advanced secret program research will feel inclined to speak up even more!
However, the emphasis catering to the need for defense against possible dangerous ETs is an incomplete proposal as – according to the ANONYMOUS F.R.E.E. (www.experiencer.org) survey on thosands of experiencers with conscious memories, most of the experiencers do not consider the ETs negative. Unless most experiencers are not being contacted by negative extraterrestrial intelligences but there’s nonetheless still a larger amount of them, this suggests that, while there is some reason to prepare for an eventual clash with some of the “visitors,” (and to associate more openly and closely with protective and respectful ET varieties) we must not over emphasize that negative aspect. And we must even consider that more benign beings may even be protecting us. To make wise decisions we need the whole picture.
But full Disclosure is a Consciousness problem, a human consciousness problem. We need to be able to understand and not just the fragment of the whole we are open to. Partial disclosure and skewed-fractional (or subdivided) partial disclosures, also are part of a Consciousness problem. The lack of full open contact is a Consciousness problem: Our individual and collective ability to process multiple aspects of the overall situation. We are not inclined to take in information that doesn’t fit our preconceptions and personal preferences.
Many will dismiss Mr. DeLonge’s initiative because – in spite of the level of disclosure (or, in this case,”confirmation” as Linda Moulton Howe has recently said) – it emphasizes the negative side of ETs and the need for defense instead of the space brother side whose main defense is linked with spiritual evolution, aligning with LOVE and universal principles (thus not attracting negative ETs and situations) and relying on a large association of benevolent., humanity-respecting ETs to protect us.
Perhaps persons many open to the extraterrestrial situation may find this effort suspect because it is associated with elements of the military industrial intelligence complex usually found suspect (not without reason) in popular narratives within the UFO community. Is it a preamble to the “false flag” situation mentioned by Carol Rosin, Steven Greer and – allegedly – Werner Von Braun, or there has been a “change of plans?”
There was no mention of the word “extraterrestrial”; it was basically implicit throughout the presentation and the To the Stars Academy event was probably meant first to legitimize the issue with the average person who may be either in denial, indifference or taking it as an unimportant entertaining thing. There was no mention of the more advanced aspects of a “secret space program” which, if genuine (as it seems to be considering the coincidence among some whistleblowers like Corey Goode and William Tompkins) would indicate that we (humanity) already have extraterrestrial-level interstellar craft, are associated and/or engage with benevolent and malevolent ET groups. But how much the To the Stars Academy team know about this? Are all or most of them only privy to medium secrecy level knowledge and technology? Some may know how to shield and cancel gravity and have worked on (or built) anti gravity craft but are these the most advanced ones? If Corey Goode and Bill Tompkins’s testimonies are mostly true, would these craft be associated with the alleged U.S. Navy’s Solar Warden fleet or with the U.S. AirForce allegedly less developed space fleet?
As per DISCLOSURE initiatives, there is a competition between privileging technologies or privileging consciousness. The former seems to be spearheaded by factions within the military industrial aerospace intelligence complex. The latter, by grass roots activism, research and experiencer contacts, in initiatives like FREE’s. We need to find an integrative solution in order to think more intelligently about this.
However, it was HISTORICAL. On Wednesday 11 of October a semi official, partial disclosure event haswas underway, organized by Tom De Longe and former inteligence operatives, and aerospace scientists now presenting “To the Stars Academy” a corporation that is to educate and entertain, and research bringing UAP(UFO) data and resources from people. And it promises to produce advanced UFO like technologies for the benefit of humankind.
It is a step forward for making the UFO and ET subjects credible and I hope that he mainstream press finally covers these developments seriously and responsibly. And I hope that many mainstream scientists feel they have the permission they were waiting inorder to work with these subjects without endangering their careers. I also hope that politicians stop hiding from the subject in order to continue quarreling so much under polarizing, often retrograde ideas. Finally, I hope that it is not too late for the larger civilian community (heavily under individualism, materialism, polarizing beliefs and narratives, decades of disinformation and overburden by too much factual and fake news information) to be able to process these issues.
But could this release of information have been orchestrated by a smaller group of “those in the know,” and it might be a partial disclosure of an aspect: The need for technology to defend from the danger of some ET groups. That seems to be the emphasis given to Mr. De Long by a branch of “those in the know” but, off course, the emphasis on negativity may be overblown. It is an entrenched way of thinking perhaps even for the alleged “white hats” in control of the helm within an alleged parallel Government. And this way of thinking – while it recognizes consciousness – also relies extra heavily on the POWER of external technology, perhaps leading to restrictions on the potential of human consciousness. In the Long run, relying so much on technology might restrict possibility of reaching our highest natural potentials and may extend the conflictive human experience into the stars. It should not be emphasized too much as a form of disclosure.
Other disclosure activists may be receiving other aspects of the overall information. Some (like Dr Greer) are informed of the benevolence of most or all ET groups (which appears to be predominant according to most contact testimonies) and perhaps others of those that are mostly neutral. Thus the partial release of info may be skewed into several directions as different representatives of each type of information thinks that he or she has a greater grip on the overall situation than what he really has.
Mr. Grant Cameron evaluates this situation really well. The De Long To the Stars Academy may be partially correct in some aspects but it also is related to a high tech military-prone faction. I think these are partial controlled disclosures for sure. Not the consciousness-raising-before-contact-and-technologies given (Adamski like) types but envisioning civilian participation.
Have the “powers that be” (perhaps the “white hats”) realized that humanity will be lost, its thinking and critical abilities curtailed unless there is an awakening to reality-expanding information that has spiritual consequences?
Partial truths perhaps but very important ones to wake up more of the population. I think that it is a high tech military-prone faction and we must remain vigilant that this is not a ruse to later on achive greater control of the population. These are partial controlled disclosures for sure but can potentially be consciousness-raising if humanity still has a chance to respond intelligently. It’s not the consciousness-raising-under-universal-spiritual principles-before-contact-and-technologies-is- given (Adamski like). Partial truths that do mention consciousness but rely more upon technology. Again, I think that Grant CAMERON has a good understanding of this.

The need to defend against some ET varieties may be real, yes, but it can also be overblown as an extension of the military-industrial conservative way of thinking.
However, from a consciousness based “need to know” basis, how much can we not only individually but colectively handle the truth?
Should we welcome and trust this limited disclosure? I am more inclined to welcome it than the disclosure movement to remain stagnant. But perhaps the control group (MAJIC or Majority Joint Intelligence Committee?) which probably decides whether to inform the public and in what manner became aware that society needs to know more in order to be more culturally creative and survive the age of inescapable interconnectivity. Then again, it may be a way (as some conspiracy theorists say) to maintain control of society, perhaps surreptitiously preparing a receptive segment to accept a “False flag” against extraterrestrials in general. And, would the “ones in control” of this scenario be themselves mentally controlled by negative ETs of a similar (don’t trust but instead control) inclinations?
The problem I find with the “To the Stars Academy” project (allowed by the powers that be) is that the positive side of things (validated by thousands of experiencer encounters and many classical contactees) the positive side of the extraterrestrial presence, is not emphasized and that is worrisome because it may attract negative experiences and an extensin of many old patterns.
I believe that positive contacts are basically tolerated and even respected and allowed to be without much interference in case the need may arise to draw on positive extraterrestrial beings for assistance. But the general entrenched attitude in U.S. culture (and with different emphases and styles around the world) is of trying to fiercely maintain independence through power as much as possible. This is why militarism and the way we generate conflicts around the world is unending. This probably limits the ways in which the situation is handled and limits the possibilities to which U.S. citizenry and humanity at large is privy to. The UFO and contact phenomenon can also nourish a culture of peace based on universal integrative principles and the knowledge that humanity has the potential to live spiritually in a positive way in a physical environment beyond a state of nature. But “those in the know” in secret legitimate Government ( and parallel non-Government) control groups don’t seem to emphasize this possibility too much, all the while some citizen groups open to a service-to-self spirituality and contact appear to be representing the best interests of humanity in the long run.
Other disclosers like Dr. Greer (in contact with other factions or people in the know feeding him different aspects) think that all ETs are benevolent. He would not agree with the DeLonge approach. Then again, each major discloser chosen for a partial disclosure of an aspect think that he or she knows more than what he knows and is also chosen because he or she has some credibility issues that render possible the “plausible deniability” of what he is saying. It all seems to be carefully planned. Again, I think that Mr. Grant Cameron has a good understanding of the multiple disclosure initiatives.
We TEND to DISMISS anything we don’t like because doesn’t fit the information being proccessed by our personal cognitive identities and this is why there are different partial disclosure initiatives and why (as a UFO-ET Contact-Disclosure-Exopolitics Community) we can’t see the overall picture and connect with each other. This seems to be why we can’t have open contact even with highly benevolent beings, and why there are multiple types of disclosure strategies, both from the Government and from ETs. It is a CONSCIOUSNESS problem, ultimately a need for a practical and experiential alignment with The SOURCE, The Absolute Ground of Being, as per how much of reality and perspectives we can simultaneosly handle without dismissing and fighting with each other…(including ETs).
The DeLonge-TTS initiative has many of the hallmarks of a planned, partial disclosure skewed towards playing the “evil aliens” tune to influence segments of society. This is worrisome, yes, very much so because it is not tempered with the researched fact that MOST human-ET encounters are deemed benign and beneficial by human experiencers of such encounters. While the DeLonge-TTS initiative constitutes a form of semi-official disclosure and some (quite likely), credible, well-intended scientists like Dr. Hal Puthoff may be involved (and probably used) for credibility purposes. But, considering his trajectory and the declarations of the other two scientists in the TTS presentation, we can surmise that their level of knowledge in retro engineering extraterrestrial craft may not be of the highest, covert order within the unacknowledged portion of the military-industrial complex.
Moreover, even if a small percentage of the human-extraterrestrial contact cases may refer to negative,deleterious extraterrestrial varieties,there may be some truth to the DeLonge-TTS position about a need to have viable technologies to self-defend. While we should not emphasize an “us vs them” attitude, if we assume that all accounts about “evil aliens” (a simplistic term I know) are false, we may be incurring in our own dogmatic biases even against the information shared by some historical contactees with benevolent space brothers like Sixto Paz and Ricardo Gonzalez, suggestive narratives about the “Asuras” in several Vedic accounts, some recently researched (and selectively researched I must admit) highly traumatizing abduction cases, the shamanic naratives about extraterrestrials of some “original nations” like the Q’uero from Perú, the declarations by William Tompkins and exopolitical assessments by Dr. Michael Salla, all of which consider the possibility of benign and non-benign beings.
While we must not allow ourselves to be manipulated (by the segment of the military-industrial complex supporting the DeLonge-TTS initiative) into an all out effort against the entirety of extraterrestrials as “evil aliens,” we must also try to cultivate a carefully balanced perspective, by also not falling into the other extreme (often represented by Dr. Greer) that all extraterrestrials coming to Earth must necessarily be benevolent. Surely, we must be careful against our own xenophobic tendencies, our tendencies to be excessive in the ways we dismiss those who think differently than us and we must be careful against any extreme extreme polarizing tendencies that reflect a need to explain in simplistic terms a complexity that we need to know. It may well be that those that have the overall picture deem it necessary to reveal aspects of the whole through different “messiahs” (as Grant Cameron says); thus through some the “all benevolent” picture is revealed and through others the “all evil picture” is revealed or else society at large would not be able to process the whole truth. The question is: how well-intended (and adequate) is this strategy? Is it intended to control us or intended to protect us? Both?

Today is December 02, 2017. This should increase the credibility of the concept or recognition that we are being visited by other intelligent beings.

• NASA has announced a joint U.S.-Russia project to develop a space station to orbit the Moon.
• Their long-term mission is to explore deep space and send humans to Mars.
Russia and the United States have agreed to co-operate on a NASA-led project to build the first lunar space station, part of a long-term project to explore deep space and send humans to Mars.
Following in the footsteps of the International Space Station, the moon ship would be open to astronauts and cosmonauts from around the world.
Space bosses hope the Deep Space Gateway will allow mankind to stage space flights to Mars and elsewhere in the Solar System.
“The partners intend to develop international technical standards which will be used later, in particular to create a space station in lunar orbit,” the Russian space agency said in a statement after the signing of an agreement at a conference in Adelaide.
In a mission statement for the project, NASA said: “NASA is leading the next steps into deep space near the moon, where astronauts will build and begin testing the systems needed for challenging missions to deep space destinations including Mars.
“The area of space near the moon offers a true deep space environment to gain experience for human missions that push farther into the solar system, access the lunar surface for robotic missions but with the ability to return to Earth if needed in days rather than weeks or months.”

• A September 11th solar event caused an ultraviolet aurora covering the entire planet of Mars.
• This “unusual and unexpected” event occurred at the “solar minimum” of the eleven-year cycle when solar activity is at a minimum.
• The global aurora was “more than 25 times brighter than any previously seen”.
• “The current solar cycle has been an odd one” said Sonal Jain of the University of Colorado Boulder’’s Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics.
• Is this highly unusual solar cycle more evidence of the energy shift that folks like David Wilcock and Corey Goode predict will soon occur to help raise human consciousness on Earth?
The auroras on Earth, caused by the interaction of coronal mass ejections from the sun with the planet’s magnetic field, are mostly centered over or near the north and south poles, and people travel to places from where the dazzling display of lights in the sky is visible. But what if an aurora covered the entire planet?
That may not be possible on Earth, given its strong magnetic field that concentrates the aurora near the poles, but that is precisely what happened on Mars in the second week of September. The solar event that caused this global aurora on the red planet occurred Sept. 11 and its effect was observed by a multitude of Mars-observing instruments over the following two days.
One of the missions that observed this unusual and unexpected occurrence was NASA’s Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution, or MAVEN. It has been looking at the Martian atmosphere from its vantage point in orbit around Mars since September 2014, and the global aurora seen Sept. 12-13 was “more than 25 times brighter than any previously seen” by it, according to a NASA statement Friday.
The images were produced by MAVEN’s Imaging Ultraviolet Spectrograph. So, even if you happened to be in the vicinity of Mars, you would not have been able to see the aurora in its glorious intensity because our eyes cannot see in the ultraviolet spectrum of light.
Even the radiation levels produced on the Martian surface as a result of the solar activity were “more than double any previously measured” by the Radiation Assessment Detector (RAD) instrument on NASA’s Curiosity rover since it landed on the Martian surface 5 years ago, the statement said.
“If you were outdoors on a Mars walk and learned that an event like this was imminent, you would definitely want to take shelter, just as you would if you were on a space walk outside the International Space Station. To protect our astronauts on Mars in the future, we need to continue to provide this type of space weather monitoring there,” Don Hassler of the Southwest Research Institute’s Boulder, Colorado, office, who is also the principle investigator for RAD, said in the statement.

As in the past, the go-to source for all things on the 3-fingered Peruvian mummies is Express.co.uk, which claims to have viewed all of the videos from Gaia.com, the group allegedly in possession of the mummies, conducting the research and sending the samples to laboratories for further studies. It identified the lab which performed the test as the Paleo DNA laboratory at Lakehead University, Ontario, Canada, and said that the report on the mummies’ DNA was available online, but no links were provided and searches turned up no further details on the report.
The Gaia.com website has a short preview of its latest video, which is available for a fee. There also appears to be no updates from journalists Steve Mera and Barry Fitzgerald, who are said to be conducting their own investigations on the mummies.
That’s enough prefacing. The wait is over. The DNA test results are in on a 3-fingered hand and some brain matter and the mummies are … humans! Express.co.uk quotes the report:
“The evidence suggests the source of DNA from the biological material from the cranial brain and the bone extracted from the hand belongs to homo sapiens (humans).” Specifically, a male homo sapien. Let the back-pedaling begin.

“Human like” says Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, who claims to have been working with Gaia.com since the discovery of the mummies, in a response video. He and others say more DNA testing is needed.

• A declassified U.S. Air Force document reports that Chinese scientists have conducted successful teleportation of small objects from one place to another using ‘gifted children’ through a function of paranormal ability.
• Other government documents reveal that for a very long time, thousands of scientists around the world have studied ‘specific people with very special (paranormal) abilities’ who are “somehow” able to move objects through a fourth spacial dimension.
• These studies are backed up by a 23-year long U.S. government research program known as Stargate.
• Because it contradicts modern laws of physics and long-held belief systems, while mainstream physicists grudgingly acknowledge the quantum teleportation of small particles of matter, they still refuse to apply the theories to larger physical objects.

If you haven’t already heard, quantum teleportation has actually been achieved, and in fact, scientists from China recently set the record for the farthest quantum teleportation ever, when they beamed a photon in its quantum state into orbit. This brings several quantum mechanical concepts into the equation, including quantum entanglement.
When “teleportation” is referenced here, it’s also a verification that comes from recent studies which have confirmed entanglement to be real, something Einstein referred to as “spooky action at a distance.” “Action at a distance implies that a physical object can be moved by non-physical means, so not by touch or physical force, but other forces, including mental forces, as this article suggests. With entanglement, it means that either information is travelling faster than the speed of light, or better yet, instantaneously.
These findings contradict some laws that provide the foundation of modern physics, but the rate at which more is discovered is accelerating exponentially, and the foundations of what we call science needs a big time change. It’s happened before, and it is happening now.
“There is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement.” This statement (worldview statement) was by Lord Kelvin in 1900, which was shattered only five years later when Einstein published his paper on special relativity. The new theories proposed by Einstein challenged the current (at that time) framework of understanding. This forced the scientific community to open up to an alternate view of the true nature of our reality.
Today, the same thing is needed, and the same thing is happening. Worldview paradigms are changing, yet old scientific dogma still sticks around and dominates.
Teleportation at our Level, Not Just The Quantum Level
It’s odd how subjects within the realm of parapsychology or “psi” have been and are still ridiculed, despite the fact that there have been and are studies at the highest levels of science. Even in several mainstream “peer-reviewed” scientific journals, studies examining remote viewing, clairvoyance, telepathy and more have all yielded statistically significant results that are on part with that of the “hard” sciences, which refers to engineering, physics, etc.
This is precisely why the American Institutes for Research concluded: “The statistical results of the studies examined are far beyond what is expected by chance. Arguments that these results could be due to methodological flaws in the experiments are soundly refuted. Effects of similar magnitude to those found in government-sponsored research at SRI and SAIC have been replicated at a number of laboratories across the world. Astronomer Eamonn Ansbro, PhD, specialist in Solar System Astronomy and instrument maker is a member of the Royal Astronomical Society, SETI member in the UK, discoverer of a Moon quake, past Vice President of the International Union of Amateur Astronomers. His scientific accomplishments include discoveries of a hydrogen envelope around the rings of Saturn. Dr. Ansbro also explores a form of proactive interaction with extraterrestrial intelligences (or CE-5) modulating hiperluminal, longitudinal EM waves based on consciousness resonance, a form of potentially instantaneous and simultaneous communication with more advanced civilizations which would not use regular transversal EM radio waves to communicate.
The frequency (compression and expansion) is modulated with voltage. They have been working for about 10 years and are now in Ireland. Ansbro and team are applying an apparently more effective form of CE-5 based on what they call “Co Creative Science” by Machaelle Small Wright and Catherine Ansbro tuning first with nature in order to achieve communication. Apparently they have been quite successful. But soon (perhaps by November of this year) they will have 2 devices ready for non-conventional communication and may experience more dramatic results. This effort expands ufology way beyond the traditional “nuts and bolts” approach, combining science and consciousness under shared patterns. Through the combined use of resonance based on a nature-aligned consciousness modifying longitudinal waves (which are more closely related with natural living processes),ufology is expanded, becoming more interactive, experimental and capable of finding direct answers, both with scientific instruments and with the use of conciousness. After many years of research, Ansbro is certain that we are being visited. He claims to have found 660 paths which UFOs use intersecting the Equator in synchronous motion around the Earth, as large motherships wait, for instance, in the upper stratosphere while sending down smaller probes for sort term operations.
Superluminal LONGITUDINAL WAVES are important. Professor Konstantin Meyl working with Tesla’s technology has been able to produce them. His also transmit electrical energy wirelessly.
We need to learn how to produce longitudinal waves in a useful manner and how consciousness and living patterns interact with them. That would be a step forward in understanding how advanced ETs not limited to spacetime may operate and may be a way to solve the Fermi Paradox.
In this 2016 lecture, astronomer Eamonn Ansbro didn’t say how the longitudinal wave producing devices were made and how to couple these waves with consciousness and intention (after it has attuned with nature) but this information should be easy to locate. He may be experimenting with optical Bessel beams forming X-waves that have a focused superluminal component that could be considered longitudinal. I don’t know, but this information should be easy to locate.
We also need to find the mathematical and conceptual compatibility with the Quantum Hologram and with the other theories considered that connect mind, matter, consciousness across levels of reality. Longitudinal Waves (associated with EM waves) also seem to directly carry entropic and negentropic energies modifiable by intention ultimately originating in the non-physical realm of existence. They may be used to communicate, inter phase and to re-program.

Mr. Jaime Maussan: On September 5, the results of DNA analysis of the BioTecMol laboratory arrived. I gave the samples to them on June 15. Tests were carried out to arrive at an extraordinary conclusion: 30% of this DNA is similar to the human being, but 70% is not. As it is the report of a laboratory says that surely they are of bacterial origin. However, in a more detailed analysis, it was found that only 20% is of bacterial origin and 80% of that 70% it was not possible to establish its origin or find another species on Earth that shares it. About 2,000,000 more sequences need to be determined and this will take from 6 months to 1 year aprox. These are preliminary results.
Biologist Ricardo Rangel (shown in a video interview by Mr. Maussan): Some 600,000 sequences / molecules with an approximate length of 150 nucleotides have been obtained through a massive sequencing process. Of the 4 samples that have been studied, between 19% and 30% of similarities to the human genome have been identified. We have tried to compare databases using a progran known as BLAST (Basic Local Alignment Search Tool), an international database based on the complete human genome and other organisms and more than 2000 micro organisms, of bacteria. Sequences have not been found to have significant similarity to the human genome. Nor have they been found to have no similarities with the bacterial genome. We are comparing with animals like primates, the crocodile, the sea turtle to see if there are similarities and the results is that so far with the database we have there is no similarity. We still have a lot more DNA to sequence which will take us at least 6 months to 1 year.
Dr. José de Jesús Salce, forensic medicine teacher for the Mexican Navy, has been contributing to this research in a personal capacity and referring about the smaller species (not about the larger specimen called “Maria”): “The location of the foramen magnum is interesting. The base of the skull has a square, cubic shape when in most primates, if it is not round, it is oval. It would be the first time that we are observing a species with a large hole of cubic form with edges of a square type. The foramen magnum is located exactly in the middle of the skull or in the middle segment and not in the posterior or posterior third segment as usually occurs.
In a human being the viewing angle is an average of 140 degrees. Here, the position of the orbital spaces tells us about the possibility of having a wider viewing range of perhaps 180 degrees. The bone structure would allow a greater amplitude of the human being.
The oral cavity again emphasizes that it has a very small jaw would only allow swallowing but not chewing and we see the pneumatization (black spaces that are trabeculae or spaces in the bone that are probably pneumatized. They give lightness to the skull. However, it does not diminish its capacity of resistance, that is to say, it remains rigid and resistant but is lighter, In addition, if they were to be pneumatized, this could favor the resonance of the skull, a resonance of a very weak sound that would be ultra sonic or sub sonic.
If the alteration had been made in life we would see the traces of surgery. And, if the alteration had been made after death, the tissue is not alive and therefore would not have regenerated and would not have regained its shape and the scars and the points of union would be noticed.
Regarding “Maria” the larger specimen, it is not possible (that two fingers in each hand have been cut and that phalanxes have been added) because the length of each bone is specific and this would give us traces that have been modified, cut or added. However, the anatomical correspondence between each bone and the relationship between them determines that it is not possible to alter or falsify these hands.”
Dr Raymundo Salas, Peruvian radiologist and expert in Tomography with 35 years of service said in a video tapoed interview that he determined that “María” (the larger specimen) had been a living being. She has internal organs (unlike mumies), perhaps even ovaries. The roots of the phalanxes in the feet show that it would not have been possible to alter the feet. The tomography shown no mutilation. Also, the bones in the hands which are unusualy large (20 cm) connect with each other perfectly well and neither “Maria” nor “Wawita” (a similar mummy but of a 1 year old once living being) show signs of manipulation. The larger mummy “María” has a gynecoid pelvis but the sex of smaller mummy “Wawita” has not been determined. Dr. Salas said that the skulls (cephalic perimeter) are somewhat larger than normal and elongated.

In a video taped interview of Dr. Edson Salazar Vivanco (a Peruvian surgeon), Dr. Salazar Vivanco explained that: One of the small bodies (the decapitated body) has prominence in the iliac crest, absence of pubic bone, prominent clavicle, a single bone in the forearm that in the human we have the ulna and the radius, presence of carpal bone and 3 phalanges in 3 fingers. In the leg below the knee a single bone instead of the tibia and fibula. In the tarsus of the feet a single bone joined to 3falanges. The skin is in the form of scales and porous to the touch. It resembles the skin of a lizard. We were able to study 3 new small bodies and they were called “the family”.
Mr.Maussan reminded that – while there are 6 and 7 finger syndromes in human beings – there are no known 3 finger human beings.
He mentioned that few detractors have been recently commenting about the 60cm beings. “Why would they speak of them if (for them) ‘it was demnonstrated’ that the larger body is false?” He also noted that although they are similar as a species, each one has unique facial and individual features. He mentioned that after noticing that one showed a bulge pelvic area, 3 eggs were discovered in one specimen under X rays.
Comment: We must consider biologist José de la Cruz Ríos’ study of the smaller specimens that look more reptilian in appearance.
Mr. Maussan said in the conference in Montserrat that perhaps one of the reasons for so much resistance against this investigation (even within the ufological community) may be that history itself would have to be re-written. He and all the other researchers mentioned and also Mr. Thierry Jamin (who has been promoting this research almost from the begining) have stated that they are willing to recant and say that they were mistaken if they are scientifically proven wrong.
On the other hand, Mr. Maussan revealed that the Peruvian journalist, Mr. Jois Mantilla was taken to a cave like opening by “Mario” the huaquero who knows where the specimens are and – apparently – were they were found. Here it is claimed that several of the mummies were found in Nazca, on a very steep hill. A video of this was shown during Mr. Maussan’s conference in Montserrat, Spain.
Commentary:
This research effort is excellent and very important! The investigation must continue but there already is enough robust evidence in favor of the extraordinary. We must support research! Get to the bottom in more detail to support a position in scientific debates. And repeat studies if possible. It could very well be the definitive evidence that we are not alone because there are visitors from other worlds who have lived with us in the past or who still interact with us or maybe there are intelligent non-human beings in underground bases. Be that as it may, the ufological society, paranormal researchers, researchers of the mysteries of the past, alternative thought, spirituality, and extraterrestrial contact must respond by joining when the moment arrives …. which is now!

• In a possible response to a message sent into space by Carl Sagen and colleagues in 1974, scientists have detected seventeen radio bursts coming from deep space.
• The NSA was forced by a FOIA lawsuit to release a document in 2011 that reveals an attempt by scientists to decode these radio burst “messages”.
• The document claims that the agency had deciphered basic symbols and syntax rules, and even a few words. It has yet to translate its meaning but they are working on it.
• The documents include a letter from a University professor that contemplates an extraterrestrial presence now among us.
• The documents also point out that many so called UFO’s are actually government “black budget” craft.
• The documents also identify a German engineer who built spacecraft in the early 1940’s, and an encounter that the Iranian Air Force had with a UFO in 1976.
• There is “abundant evidence that we are being contacted,” says former NASA astronaut Dr. Brian O’Leary.
• The management of these UFO/ET topics is “most likely… some sort of secret government atop the Deep State.”
The picture above represents a broadcast known as the “Arecibo” message, put together by Carl Sagan and colleagues, that was sent into space via radio waves at a special ceremony to celebrate the remodelling of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico. Apparently, they received a response. It’s speculative, for sure, but the information below, is not. This article pertains to a real deal document.
Strange signals detected from outer space are becoming quite popular, especially within the past couple of years alone. Here’s one of several studies positing that some of these signals could be from an intelligent extraterrestrial source.
Scientists have discovered six more bursts of radio signals coming from a place in deep space outside our galaxy from where similar signals were detected earlier this year and in 2012. From this specific location, a total of 17 such radio signals have been received, and given their nature, there is also heavy speculation about whether we are being ‘contacted’ by some type of extra-terrestrial life form.
This article touches upon an NSA document that was released via a lawsuit. Rumours around the internet say the agency was ordered to declassify the document in 2004, but did not officially release it until 2011, which they did so quietly. Not many details are available about the document, except for the fact that it is real, and published in the NSA database via their technical journal.
It’s titled ”Key to Extraterrestrial Messages,” and a gentleman by the name of “H. Campaigne” attempts to decode the messages.
It states:
“Dr. Campaigne presented a series of 29 messages from outer space…The following article develops a key to these messages.”
A paragraph from the Appendix reads as follows:
“Recently, a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again.”
Towards the end of the document, the author states that “we have penetrated the meaning of basic symbols, and even more important, have learned some of the syntax rules- of the notation, and have caught mistakes in the process. We have a few words for sophisticated concepts, and given more data, with a little labor, we could establish its translation.”
There was no document to be found that actually describes what exactly they found out, and what that translation was.

The CIA has its own investment capital firm called “In-Q-Tel,” and it’s been funding innovative tech firms for years. This is both good news and bad. One the one hand, it allows the CIA to invest in technologies they deem useful for the intelligence community; however, some of these technologies are a little creepy when it comes to personal space and privacy.
In-Q-Tel has the ability to reach deep into the pockets of the U.S. government’s Black Budget, which is pretty hefty given that the Washington Post reported that a staggering $52.6 billion was set aside for Black Budget operations in fiscal year 2013. If you’re unfamiliar with the Black Budget program, that’s not very surprising; the entire point of the program is to keep these funds and the programs within it top secret.
Though these investments are much smaller than the total Black Budget spendings, amounting from somewhere between $500K and $2 million per investment as per a 2005 story in Washington Post, they’re still strategic contributions made in hopes of using the technology in the future.

• Astronomers have discovered an “intergalactic bridge” that links the Milky Way galaxy with our nearest neighbor, the Large Magellanic Cloud.
• The “Pan-Magellanic Bridge” is described as a magnetic strand of gas stretching 75,000 light years connecting the two galaxies.
• “Not only are entire galaxies magnetic, but the faint delicate threads joining galaxies are magnetic, too.”

The study of magnetic fields is fascinating, and presents tremendous implications for how we perceive our physical material world. The leading scientists in this field are, as far as I’m concerned, over at the HeartMath Institute, which continues to publish groundbreaking research on how these magnetic fields, which all living things possess, reveal the interconnectedness of all life and impact us in a number of ways.
Now, for the first time, scientists have discovered sound evidence for a magnetic field that is “associated with the vast intergalactic ‘bridge’ that links our two nearest galactic neighbours.”
According to a press release by the University of Toronto’s Dunlap Institute for Astronomy & Astrophysics, “Such cosmic magnetic fields can only be detected indirectly, and this detection was made by observing the radio signals from hundreds of very distant galaxies that lie beyond the [large and small magnetic clouds].”
The field is associated with what’s known as the Megallanic Bridge, which is a strand of gas stretching 75 thousand lightyears between our Milky Way galaxy (and the others that most probably inhabit it) and its nearest galactic neighbours.
Just as the work of scientists at HeartMath has shown the connections between all living things via our magnetic fields, it appears there are also cosmic connections which link cosmic magnetic fields. Looking at the smallest forms of physical matter, scaled up to the geometric patterns in nature, these are also visible at the largest known scales, out in space.
According to PhD student Jane Kaczmarek:
There were hints that this magnetic field might exist, but no one had observed it until now. The radio emission from the distant galaxies served as background ‘flashlights’ that shine through the Bridge. . . . Its magnetic field then changes the polarization of the radio signal. How the polarized light is changed tells us about the intervening magnetic field. . . .Understanding the role that magnetic fields play in the evolution of galaxies and their environment is a fundamental question in astronomy that remains to be answered.
The signal of the magnetic field detected was 1 million times the strength of our own planet’s field. There are obviously still a lot of questions to be answered.

The paper is one of a growing number of new results that are building a map of the Universe’s magnetism. According to Prof. Bryan Gaensler, Director of the Dunlap Institute for Astronomy & Astrophysics, University of Toronto, and a co-author on the paper, “Not only are entire galaxies magnetic, but the faint delicate threads joining galaxies are magnetic, too. Everywhere we look in the sky, we find magnetism.”
The next question to answer is, how exactly are these magnetic fields generated, and what can they tell us about the nature of the universe and the nature of reality? Furthermore, what role do and did they play in the evolution of the galaxy, and of human life?
This study is also part of a much larger effort to map the magnetism of the entire universe.

In two of the cases, researchers made unexpected discoveries including several carved stones with images that represent alien related engravings.
Furthermore, the group of explorers discovered a number of golden items in another cave.
On the surface of the stones, the group of researchers found evidence of what many people interpret as ‘extraterrestrial ships’ and ‘humanoid beings’; one of the stones, which was apparently fractured sometime in the past, supposedly shows the upper part of a spaceship together with a being which according to some people, is not from this world.
The depicted image features an alleged alien being standing next to an ancient ruler of a pre-Hispanic culture receiving a corncob, in addition to some other symbols that are still to be deciphered; these artifacts were dubbed “stones of the first encounter.”
It is reported that local legends speak of a mysterious ‘ship’ that has remained since time immemorial, hidden somewhere near the caves.
This was the main reason why the group of explorers set out to search the area three months ago.

Into the early morning hours of September 11, Hurricane Irma lashed the Tampa Bay REGION of Florida for nearly four hours with its destructive force. Not only has Irma caused millions of civilians to flee Southern Florida, but has also led to the mandatory evacuation of military personnel from Tampa’s MacDill Air Force Base, home of US SPECIAL Operations Command. In a series of four previous articles, I showed how Special Operations Command was linked to flying triangle-shaped craft possessing antigravity technology photographed near MacDill as Irma approached. The flying triangles were allowed to be photographed near MacDill in a policy decision influenced by the approach of Irma, either as a policy response, hurricane mitigation effort, and/or to ascertain who was steering the hurricane.
• Chinese scientists have developed a prototype electromagnetic thruster, or “EmDrive”, as an alternative propulsion system to a fuel-based propellant.

• The Chinese began their work on a practical EmDrive system in 2009.
• NASA has been working to develop its own EmDrive propulsion system since 2014.
A mysterious propulsion system that ‘defies physics’ may be close to reality in China, where scientists say they have finished work on the EmDrive. Much sought after by space agencies, the system could potentially allow for travel to Mars in weeks.
Scientists in China claim to have developed a working prototype of the EmDrive, according to state TV, with a test due to take place in space in the near future. Developed by scientist Dr Chen Yue at the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST), it would put China’s space agency ahead of NASA.
The EmDrive is key to the future of space exploration, eliminating the need for a conventional propellant to produce thrust. “For every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction,” Newton’s Third Law states, emphasizing the need for propellant in all modes of travel.
China claims to have defied that law, producing an EmDrive that produces thrust by bouncing microwaves around in a closed container with no propellant required. In theory, this is the equivalent of “trying to pull yourself up by your shoelaces and hoping you’ll levitate,” Steven Thomson of the University of St Andrews said in 2015.
A leaked paper from NASA last year showed the drive was possible and that the space agency was busy at work on their own version. Their theorized model could generate approximately 1.2 millinewtons of thrust per kilowatt were the power input to be scaled up.
In comparison, one of the most powerful thrusters in development and powered by ejecting plasma, the Hall thruster, generates about 60 millinewtons of thrust per kilowatt, reported Next Big Future.
In a previous article by Drew Prindle on August 1, 2014 (digitaltrends.com) entitled “NASA Confirms ‘Impossible’ Thruster Actually Works”, he reported that British scientist Roger Shawyer first developed the EmDrive, and Chinese and American NASA scientists later confirmed it:
When Roger Shawyer first unveiled his EmDrive thruster back around 2003, the scientific community laughed at him. They said it was impossible, that it was based on a flawed concept, and couldn’t work because it goes against the laws of conservation of momentum. But somehow, despite all of the reasons it shouldn’t work, it does.
Scientists at NASA just confirmed it.
Shawyer’s engine provides thrust by “bouncing microwaves around in a closed chamber.” That’s it. There’s no need for a propellant of any kind like rocket fuel. When filled with resonating microwaves, the conical chamber of the thruster experiences a net thrust toward the wide end. These microwaves can be generated using electricity, which can be provided by solar energy. In theory, this means that the thruster can work forever, or at least until its hardware fails.
Initially, the idea was met with criticism because it flies in the face of Newtonian physics, which dictate that no closed system can have this kind of net thrust. Shawyer, however, says that net thrust occurs because the microwaves have a group velocity that’s greater in one direction when Einstein’s relativity comes into play. But can it really?
Apparently, yes. The idea was first confirmed by a group of Chinese scientists back in 2009. They built their own version of Shawyer’s thruster and were able to produce 720 milinewtons of force — but even then, nobody really believed it.
Now, American scientists at NASA have given the EmDrive a go, and once again confirmed that it actually works. The test results were presented on July 30 at the 50th Joint Propulsion Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, and astonishingly enough, they are positive. The team behind the drive still doesn’t know why it works, just that it does.
“Test results indicate that the RF resonant cavity thruster design, which is unique as an electric propulsion device, is producing a force that is not attributable to any classical electromagnetic phenomenon and therefore is potentially demonstrating an interaction with the quantum vacuum virtual plasma,” the report reads.

The newly found cave systems on Antarctica may be home to unknown life forms, as the caves are warm enough to support plant and animals yet to be identified by experts.
Experts are very excited: “Some of the DNA evidence that we found implies that maybe there are things living in these caves that we know nothing about. There could even be new species.”
Researchers exploring Antarctica have made a shocking discovery as they’ve stumbled across extensive cave systems warmed by a nearby volcano.
Experts say that inside the caves a secret ecosystem of plants and animals supported by the warmth of an active volcano may thrive.
Furthermore, forensic analysis of soil samples from these caves have revealed intriguing DNA traces of algae, mosses, and small animals: “It can be extremely hot inside the caves – even up to 25 degrees Celsius in some caves. You could wear a T-shirt in there and be pretty comfortable,” said lead researcher Ceridwen Fraser from the Australian National University. “There’s light near the cave mouths, and light filters deeper into some caves where the overlying ice is thin.”
Fraser explained that most of the DNA found in the caves near or beneath Mount Erebus was similar to DNA of plants and animals including mosses, algae, and invertebrates found elsewhere in Antarctica, but not all sequences could be completely identified, which means that scientists may have stumbled across completely unknown species.
The cave system is believed to have formed after of steam traveling through their passages.
“The results of this study give us a tempting preview of what could live under the ice in Antarctica, there might even be new species of animals and plants,” he added.

A secret world of animals and plants—including unknown species—may live in warm caves under Antarctica’s glaciers, scientists said Friday.
The caves, hollowed out by steam from active volcanoes, are light and could reach temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius (77 Fahrenheit), researchers said, raising the possibility of a whole ecosystem of flora and fauna deep beneath the frozen surface.
A study led by the Australian National University around Mount Erebus, an active volcano on Ross Island in Antarctica, showed extensive cave systems.
Lead researcher Ceridwen Fraser said forensic analyses of soil samples from the caves had revealed intriguing traces of DNA from algae, mosses and small animals.
While most of the DNA was similar to mosses, algae and invertebrates found elsewhere in Antarctica, not all sequences could be fully identified.
“The results from this study give us a tantalising glimpse of what might live beneath the ice in Antarctica -– there might even be new species of animals and plants,” she said.
“The next step is to go and have a really good look and see if we can find communities living beneath the ice in Antarctica.”

Scientists have found key evidence which suggests life may once have existed on Mars.
Nasa’s Curiosity rover has detected boron, a key ingredient for life, on the dusty surface of the Red Planet.
The discovery is a huge boost in the hunt for extraterrestrials and could back up a theory suggesting life on Mars may have been forced underground when disaster turned the planet into a “frigid desert”.
Patrick Gasda, a postdoctoral researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory said: “Because borates may play an important role in making RNA – one of the building blocks of life – finding boron on Mars further opens the possibility that life could have once arisen on the planet.
“Borates are one possible bridge from simple organic molecules to RNA. Without RNA, you have no life. “The presence of boron tells us that, if organics were present on Mars, these chemical reactions could have occurred.” RNA is ribonucleic acid, a nucleic acid present in all modern life which is involved in the decoding and expression of genes from DNA. It is known to be unstable, so unless boron is present it decomposes quickly. Gasda’s work is detailed in a study published this week in the journal Geophysical Research Letters. It describes how Nasa’s buggy found the element in calcium sulphate mineral “veins” in the rocky surface. That means boron was present in Mars groundwater and indicates that the Gale crater, where Nasa’s robo buggy is right now, may have been home to life. It bolsters the bizarre theory that life originated on Mars and was carried to Earth on an asteroid.

First we have to assess how many types of contacts with intelligent non-human beings there might be. Since there might be other intelligent beings that we could consider as “human,” by “non-human” I mean non-homo sapiens as the intelligent species predominant on the Earth’s surface.
“Classical contacts” (with human-like beings), voluntary conscious contacts, typically with “older brothers.” Typically by invitation and telepathy. They are more communicative. In many cases, classical contactees (like George Adamski, Sixto Paz) are asked to write a book, give lectures or share in other ways a positive, transformative message.
“Abductions,” but most would not be abducted by negative beings although morbidly some researchers and in films tend to emphasize that. In many cases they include teaching or preparation, transmission of symbols and languages, sometimes children. Often, “abductions” evolved to acquire the characteristics of “classical contacts.”
Contacted by the fact of participating in highly classified unacknowledged ‘government’ extraterrestrial research and/or in secret space programs. It is a very controversial subject that currently divides ufology. Persons like Bill UHouse and possibly persons like Corey Goode, Dan Burisch, Andrew Basiago, Randy Cramer, William M. Tompkins represent this possibility. Testimonial evidence is admissible as when inside a court the jury seeks to evaluate the consistency or contradictions between the testimonies and may use any documentary and physical evidence that supports or contradicts the testimonies.
“Inter-reality” physical and inter-reality non-physical (often simply called “Interdimensional” which may include mental, astral, lucid dream contacts, contacts during deep hypnosis or during near-death experiences.
“Experiencer” contacts (general term referring to the person living experiences of contact with intelligent non-human beings. A Category that covers a wide range of events (including contacts with physical beings of diverse appearance and level of development, with forms of energy as well as non-physical contacts) and subsumes the previous four forms of contact. Some experiencers describe what seem to be more spiritually evolved entities giving loftier messages others describe more matter-of-fact, perhaps scientifically inclined entities and still others describe entities engaged in human-like (and movie-like) civilizational conflicts and alliances amongst various groups even with human military and secret factions.
In all cases telepathy seems to play a common role. The importance of consciousness as a key factor transcending and connecting realities is generally acknowledged.
As for contacts with perceptible physical beings, people generally describe energetic and / or spheroid forms, human form, small gray, tall gray, reptilian, insectoid, animal, and other forms.
The F.R.E.E. survey in which thousands of persons (who preferably recall in a conscious manner their experiencer memories and who anonymously describe them by responding to hundreds of quantitative and qualitative questions) reveals that a majority of contact experiences are considered not to be “evil” or “negative.” Besides that, most tend to have a positive, life transforming effect. Moreover, the varieties of beings most described are: energy beings and/or orbs, beings with a human appearance, short grays, large grays, reptilian, insectoid, animal-like forms, others. In most cases all types of contacts are initially described as surprising and/or scary and generating difficulties in terms of sharing the experiences with family, friends, spouses, co-workers, and society at large. While there may be some negative and perhaps “evil” experiences, most are found not to be such after the initial phases of fear and surprise are overcome. What is most important is how we as humans react or respond to these situations.
Exopolitical Considerations – Part I
There are many descriptions about the alleged unity, disunity and variety of beings within the cosmic community apparently visiting or interacting with us; descriptions competing for what can be considered important to be of exopolitical relevance. Are some or all of them benevolent, evil, both or neither? What are thousands of persons experiencing or claiming to be experiencing around the world? Who among these alleged “visitors” should we try to purposefully contact to establish a peaceful and constructive civilian exopolitical relationship?
Exopolitical Considerations – Part II
In the F.R.E.E. survey, besides some information about MILABS (human military abductions associated with some “experiencers”) there has thus far not been much of a description about a secret space program (at least of the more astounding kind) as described by persons like Andrew Basiago, Corey Goode, Randy Cramer, William Tompkins. In my view, this doesn’t necessarily invalidate these descriptions of the Secret Space Program (SSP) just like F.R.E.E. doesn’t necessarily invalidate some or all of the information acquired through hypnosis by researchers that receive more traumatized abductees. What it shows is that the SSP information and the traumatized abductee information may be gathered by researchers focusing on persons that come to them to give to them those specific types of information. They might still be a subset of the general experiencer population not reflected in a survey like F.R.E.E.’s.
Since we are on a data-gathering stage my approach tends to be inclusive and non-dismissive of the various aforementioned descriptions, mostly gathered from contactees, abductees, experiencers in general, and whistleblowers. I try to withhold dismissing judgments and to maintain a neutral attitude until enough corroboration or rebuttal of particular claims is available.
My opinion is that we need to learn to be integrative; that is, to live under the underlying principles behind a science that understands the coherence between subjective and objective aspects of reality. And this requires of us to stop thinking so exclusively in terms of an either-or dualistic, dichotomous logic. This would involve being able not to react so emotionally and to suspend judgment even when we hear particular descriptions about the extraterrestrial presence which we find “preposterous.” The quite eager degree of mutual dismissal among individuals within the various branches of what could be called “the disclosure movement” may signal to other intelligences that we are not psychologically ready to integrate the many facets of our human-non- human connections.
Since contact phenomena appear to refer to a deeper level of meaningful connectivity existing in the cosmos, we would also need to change our cultural epistemological foundations toward a deeper cultural understanding to non-destructively harness a conscious non-local access to a science and technology that transcends the classical limits of space-time. Such a science and technology would require from us to get acclimatized to living under non-classic laws, easily experiencing phenomena that now seem strange, laughable, silly or outrageous to us.
Showing a greater degree of unity within the community of individuals exploring UFO, exopolitics, experiencer and related matters would reflect a greater resonance with a coherent, non-local information matrix. It might signal a greater arising degree of maturity in our species for which we would be treated more as sovereign beings and less as immature, self-destructive children playing with fire.
Thus, how do we unlearn to react in the same old ways always seeking self-assertion of our beliefs, premises and identities while easily dismissing whatever truths others may be expressing? Perhaps by beginning to move in another way.
Scientists and experiencers coming together with mutual respect in order to establish solid evidence would also signal this move toward the maturity needed for an open disclosure to be supported by some of our “visitors” who might – in turn – shown up in more objective and undeniable ways.
In my opinion, we need to attempt to establish an easier communicative relationship with all plausible non-human intelligences but it would be easier to start doing so with more human like beings by working with CE-5 approaches inclusive of open-minded, respectful scientists working a few bona fide contactees.
Exopolitical Considerations – Part III
These are trying times for sustaining the basis of a reasonable and rational civilization at large.Since exopolitics, experiencer research and ufology touch upon issues whose content for many already constitute “fake news” we are facing a greater challenge to establish and coherently connect the kernel of truth behind all of what is being testified, known or believed.
We seem to cherish finding immediate reasons to dismiss each others’ beliefs, assertions, and truths if they compete with our preferred truths just as many of us compete for being the most influential voices among the segment of the population that cares about whether we are actually being visited or not. What we are seeing now in an era in which truth is being challenged by fake news and in which belief often trumps objectivity and the foundations for a civilized public discourse extends into exopolitics. In a year that marks the 70th anniversary of the beginning of the “modern era of UFOs” and after decades of needing “physical evidence” that there might be other intelligent non-human civilizations, many are self-righteously jumping into dismissive condemnatory remarks about such plausible evidence emerging, for instance, under the alleged discovery of humanoid mummies in Nazca, Peru. It is like a test to see if we are able to withhold conclusive judgments and to come together in the name of truth. The same may be happening in relation to how “wild” the Secret Space Program may be. Different forms of evidence are acceptable in law and in the social sciences beyond the requirements of vidence from the natural sciences but should listening to all proposals about the SSP be included in a discussion within serious institutions like MUFON which (to their merit) takes pride in seeking objective evidence? I think so because the interactive UFO phenomenon includes objective and subjective experiences and interpretations whose claims are always challenging some standardized belief. It is always challenging us to expand our considerations in a rational, critical-but-experiential and intuitive way to eventually be able to “connect the dots” (as my friend Paola Harris might say).

UFO research must be turned into a more interactive – experimental activity. Let’s not only continue with a reaffirmation of old paradigms and techniques used. And this does not mean by any means abandoning objectivity and rationality. Working with some “contactees” could be very useful to obtain evidence, although most scientific-minded analysts are not even interested in this.And we can also work as participatory scientists as anthropologists capable of gathering objective evidence and personal insight through greater immersion with a different civilization. An expanded ufological methodology based upon a respectful participatory attitude is the key.
This is not something completely new but is something that I’m resonating with. And it can be refined and improved. And consciousness connects across reality levels and across the vast distances and crisscrossing eons of spacetime. Dr. Steven Greer has been training persons in a CE-5 approach with various degrees of success and there always is room for improvements.
Going out with electronic detection equipment and with night shot and infrared as well as with a team of witnesses and investigators sufficiently trained to make observations objectively and respectful of the contact’s techniques and beliefs of successful contactees could be productive. Practically, a more complete experimental method that reflects the subjective-objective interconnected nature of the interactive phenomenon. It would be great if the opportunity for working in CE-5s and also with highly successful contactees arose for capable scientists like Mr. Mark D’Antonio, developer of the UFOTOG device.
Let us try not to disdain people who claim to have contacts especially if there is enough evidence or reasonable hints that they are indeed interacting with a conventionally unknown phenomenon. The scenario that recognizes the possibility that there are some serious and credible contacts capable of coming up with evidence should not be forgotten. It does not matter if they speak of spiritual aspects that they try to interpret in their own way also under their own limitations and prejudices. We need to stop judging in an irrational manner to support a rational approach. And let’s try to be respectful of their beliefs and practices as well.
I think the next step in UFOLOGY is about our own consciousnesses willing to thread itself into a larger fabric of information or a universal participatory information matrix. As the Buddhists say, we do not exist in isolation. Isolation is a false view that binds us. And many quantum theories like the Quantum Hologram Theory of Consciousness resonates with this. Therefore, there should be a more interactive stage, equally involving subjectivity and objectivity in balance with each other, one in which objectivity is born in the kernel of subjectivity and vice versa and there should not just be a greater accumulation of photographic evidence, testimonials, documentation, and the like.
We can very well spend another 70 years with inconclusive awareness and knowledge about the “unknowns,” or instead interact with them more intimately and know more about them under a new subjective-objective scientific approach…creating a new paradigm or procedure to disclose what we are dealing with. Discovering that -in essence – we are co-equals…making “them” more inclined to manifest more overtly.
Although purely objective investigation is highly valid and important too many decades have passed without establishing or officially proving to the public a possible ET presence or taking the issue with the rigor and seriousness it deserves; a rigor so intense that it must also include the consciousness based, subjective characteristics also often associated with sightings, along with its “high strangeness.” Lest we do this, “science” will remain as a covert belief system, in its polarizing, attitudinal, anti superstition infancy.
Thus, the move towards a more integrative paradigm that opens up to multiple physical, extradimensional, mental and spiritual factors with science and ethics is the more rational approach because it reflects the connectivity about which the UFO phenomenon at large is telling us. Our research should reflect a greater understanding of integration and connection.
Then, in greater sync with its subjective aspects that appear to be involved in a more advanced form of modification of time and space, let’s acquire more interactive evidence. For instance, repeatedly asking for maneuvers or effects that can be filmed under different angles, with EM spectrum devices and the like. I think that the more we behave as a coherent collective (especially for starters within the forefront of UFO research), the more we will gain a credible status of political sovereignty before the eyes of “the others” (that seem to have always been part of us).
Thus, we would be signaling to cosmic intelligence a greater intuitive and conceptual understanding of the inherent unity and interconnectedness all around/within us. And I think that we need to be willing to share the results openly with no strings attached other than a fair and precise reporting with little ego and – as much as possible – no UFO researcher infighting involved. Is that too much to ask for?

He told me about the importance of resonance and of working with the conscious and subconscious methods and interpretive medium/language that resonate with the intelligences behind genuine, otherworldly, UFO phenomena.
