During World War II, a top secret espionage program was led by the United States Navy to infiltrate the black programs of Nazi Germany that were successfully building antigravity space craft capable of interplanetary flight. Covert naval operatives were embedded inside a number of Nazi Germany’s advanced aerospace programs and tasked to report back what they had seen. This information was then relayed onto various U.S. corporations specifically contracted by the Navy that would begin designing and eventually building a variety of antigravity vehicles, including kilometer long space carriers.
These startling claims have been made by ex-Navy whistleblower William Tompkins, who in December 2015, released the first volume of his autobiography titled Selected by Extraterrestrials: My life in the top secret world of UFOs., think-tanks and Nordic secretaries. Tompkins says that he approached a Navy Admiral in 2001 to see if he had approval to write about his experiences:
Early in 2001 I called on Admiral Hugh Webster, Navy League Corporate Director, Washington DC and San Diego CA. We had a five hour meeting on my ongoing book–writing concerning the extraterrestrial threats to our planet. After Admiral Webster read portions of my document and backup technical documentation, I asked Hugh, “How much of this can I include in a published book?” He said. “Bill; TELL IT ALL. This is most important to our country. Don’t leave anything out.” [back cover]
Tompkins first public appearance was on the Jeff Rense show on December 14, 2015 (also Dec 23 & Jan 6 – pt 2), where he describes some of his book’s disclosure filled content. Tompkins went into detail about how he was recruited into the Navy’s covert espionage program during WWII to study and reverse engineer Nazi-designed antigravity space craft.
Tompkins story begins in 1932, when he was only nine. He says he was taken by his father to the Naval shipyards in San Diego where he began the first of many public tours of destroyers, cruisers and aircraft carriers that were periodically docked. The public was not allowed to take photos of the ships whose gun placements and radar designs were still classified.
Possessing a photographic memory, Tompkins says that he walked all around the ships and took notes of what he observed, and soon after began reproducing the ship designs. Eight years later, Tompkins had built many flawlessly accurate detailed models of the navy ships he had seen, and his father was selling them in a Hollywood Department store.
After the Navy learned about the model ships in 1941, displaying top secret details, they interrogated both Tompkins and his father, and the models were withdrawn from public circulation. The Navy top brass were nevertheless greatly impressed by Tompkins remarkable talent.
A March 26 article in the Evening Outlook newspaper of Santa Monica featured a photograph of Tompkins (now 17) showing some of his ship models to Navy Captain G.C. Gearing, Commandant of the 11th Naval District in San Diego.
It is with considerable interest and pleasure that I, together with officers of my staff, examined several of the ship models. Craftsmanship such as you have evidenced shows that you are a keen student of detail and naval construction. Best of all, however, you are doing something worthwhile as a young American—you are helping to build into the American mind the importance of the nation’s first line of defense to each American, young and old.
His photographic memory and ability to reproduce complex ship designs were extraordinary, and a U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer, Lt. Perry Wood, understood the contribution Tompkins could make to the Navy’s pursuit of advanced technology:
Early in 1942, naval intelligence officer Lt. Perry Wood, understanding the technical capabilities and historic research necessary to create the ship models, put together a mission package that resulted in Bill’s induction into the navy. After completing boot camp in San Diego he was assigned a position in naval intelligence on advanced technology projects. [source]
Tompkins abilities had come to the attention of the Navy’s senior leadership. This included the then Secretary of the Navy, James Forrestal, and Admiral Rick Obatta whose responsibilities, according to Tompkins, included covert intelligence projects run out of North Island Naval Air Station at San Diego.
Tompkins claimed Admiral Obatta placed him on his personal staff for four years (1942-46), and quickly elevated him to a leadership position in a covert intelligence program:
Though only a third class seaman, he replaced a Commander at North Island Naval Air Station in San Diego.
Tompkins said that his mission statement was personally signed by Secretary Forrestal:
The mission statement read in part, “To compile and maintain a continuous survey of the activities of experimental research laboratories, other governmental agencies, educational scientific institutions, manufacturers and research engineers. To undertake upon his own initiative, or at the request of any bureau or office of the Naval Air Forces, studies of specific instrumentalities and techniques for the purpose of outlining research projects.”
In his December 14 interview on Rense, Tompkins claims that he sat in on meetings attended by Admiral Obatta, one or two Captains, and the naval operatives reporting on what they had observed in Nazi Germany.
Tompkins subsequently told this writer on January 16 that there were 28 Naval operatives with the rank of Lieutenant used in the covert program. They all had German ancestry, which allowed them to easily infiltrate Nazi Germany.
Tompkins’ job was to reproduce the complex designs which were either described by the naval operatives or contained within the documents they possessed, and then take these reproductions to different corporate Navy contractors. The contractors would proceed to design, reproduce and test various elements of the anti-gravity spacecraft, which were at various stages of production in Nazi Germany facilities in Europe, South America and Antarctica.
What the naval operatives were further reporting is astounding. Tompkins claims operatives revealed in the top secret debriefings that up to and during the World War II, there were two flying saucer programs under development. The first was a largely civilian effort that predated the Nazi rise to power in 1933, while the second was led by the Nazi SS.
Tompkins said that the civilian German space program had been inspired by a Nordic group of extraterrestrials who were communicating through young female German mediums.
The second program was assisted by a group of extraterrestrials called the Reptilians, who had reached secret agreements with Hitler.
In 1939, Tompkins asserts that the Nazi SS was given the location of three large caverns in Antarctica by the Reptilians, and proceeded to move the bulk of the German secret space programs there.
By 1942, when it became clear that the war was lost, the Nazi’s accelerated their efforts to relocate the best scientists, engineers and vital resources to Antarctica through specially built submarines capable of carrying very large cargoes.
Tompkins learned that the Germans achieved great success and failures in their space program efforts. Of particular note was the first space flight to Mars in late April 1945, which had a crew of 30, including three Japanese astronauts. This stunning achievement ended in disaster when the spacecraft crash landed, resulting in the death of the entire crew.
After he reproduced the ship design information he had gained from the covert Navy operatives spying on the German space programs, Tompkins says he then took these designs to various top secret corporate facilities. These included Douglas Aircraft Company at El Segundo and Santa Monica, Lockheed, and an underground facility run by Caltech at China Lake.
From 1952 to 1958, Tompkins was employed as a draftsman with the Douglas Aircraft Company. Here he says that he worked with two attractive female Nordic extraterrestrials who were employed as secretaries, and they telepathically guided him in the designs for the more advanced space craft that would eventually be secretly built by the U.S. Navy.
Tompkins experience at Douglas with the two “Nordic secretaries” suggests that the U.S. Navy had reached a secret agreement with a friendly group of extraterrestrials in the early 1950s to develop their own space program. It would become the counter to the Nazi/German space program in Antarctica, which was being helped by Reptilian extraterrestrials.
Tompkins story sounds incredible, but key elements have been verified by the book’s editor, Dr Bob Wood who first began investigating Tompkins’ claims in 2009. Serendipitously, Dr Wood was employed with Douglas Aircraft (later McDonnell Douglas) over a 43 year period, and worked at Douglas at the same time as Tompkins, even though the two had never met prior to 2009.
Among Dr. Wood’s assignments, while at Douglas, was to research UFO reports to determine the feasibility of flying saucer designs for the aerospace industry. He was assigned this task by the Douglas aerospace company after he met with chief executives:
One day after I reported to a couple of VP’s on how we were doing, one of them asked me personally if I was doing anything interesting outside of my job. ‘You’re not going to believe this, but I’ve read about 50 books on UFOs’, I said, and ‘the amazing conclusion I have come to is that they are very real extraterrestrial craft’. The only thing that’s uncertain is whether we find out how they work before or after our competitor Lockheed. After a moment of silence one of them (VP) said, ‘how much would it cost to take a look at that question’? Therefore we started a project, quite low key to take a look at the question of how they work.
Dr. Wood was able to corroborate the names of engineers, scientists and projects at Douglas, which Tompkins referred to. Tompkins was also able to supply documents that confirmed that he was in charge of a U.S. Navy project in 1945, as he claimed, and that Douglas was interested in designs of kilometer long spacecraft.
The significance of Tompkins claims cannot be understated. They corroborate the key claims of a number of notable whistleblowers with alleged knowledge of secret space programs. In particular, Tompkins material adds substantive weight to the testimony of Corey Goode, whose groundbreaking claims were investigated in the book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.
According to Goode, he learned about the history of the secret space program he served on from “smart glass pads” that he was given access to during his covert service from 1987 to 2007. These smart glass pads contained intelligence briefings, which Goode later revealed in his testimony. The information closely corresponds to what Tompkins says he heard at the debriefings of covert naval operatives working in Nazi Germany up to 1945.
One of Goode’s key claims is that Nazi Germany had developed not one, but two flying saucer programs. The first was a civilian program led by Maria Orsic, a young woman with exceptional psychic gifts who established communications with aliens claiming to be from Aldebaran. This resulted in the design and building of the first flying saucer craft under the auspices of the Vril Society.

Similarly, Tompkins claims that one of the German programs was a civilian program run by female psychics in communication with extraterrestrials. Tompkins confirmed to the writer on January 16, that the leader of this group was Maria Orsic as depicted on page 67 of Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances. Both Goode and Tompkins claim that the second space program was run by the Nazi SS.
Furthermore, both Goode and Tompkins claim that the Germans relocated their most advanced space program assets to Antarctica and South America, prior to and during World War II.
Tompkins book also corroborates Goode’s claim that the first successful missions to the Moon and Mars were undertaken by the German secret space programs in the early to mid-1940s.
In addition, Tompkins, like Goode, claims that Operation Highjump was an unsuccessful naval military expedition to locate and destroy Nazi bases in Antarctica.
Tompkins claims are truly extraordinary revelations by a former employee of Douglas Aircraft Company and other aerospace companies working on classified programs for the U.S. Navy. The fact that his claims have attracted the support of Dr. Robert Wood, another former Douglas Aircraft employee, is highly significant.
The drawings Tompkins has supplied in his book is documentary evidence in support of his claims that a secret space program was indeed developed by the U.S. Navy, as a result of espionage by its covert operatives, of what the Nazis had pioneered in their own highly classified antigravity technology programs prior to and up to the conclusion of World War II.

Toronto [ZNN] Momentum is growing in Washington DC amidst the stunning announcement by Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton that she will investigate the UFO issue if elected President.
Jennifer Harper of the Washington Times today published a new rendering of the Clinton statement on the UFO/ET matter and as she points out, international interest in Hillary Clinton’s statements on UFOs is heating up.
Harper writes, “In a casual conversation with the Conway Daily Sun, a local paper, Mrs. Clinton vowed, ‘Yes, I’m going to get to the bottom of it.’ She [Clinton] later added, ‘I think we may already have been visited. We don’t know for sure.’ Mrs. Clinton also suggested that a future task force could be assembled to investigate Area 51, a top secret military installation in Nevada long rumored to have had dealings with UFOs.” It does not get much more blunt than that, coming from a former US Secretary of State and now Presidential candidate.

One can only speculate on why Clinton is taking such a bold stand on the UFO/ET matter just before the first major Primary in New Hampshire in February. The Clinton’s connection to UFOs is a matter of history of which few are familiar.
Hillary Clinton’s close association with Laurance S. Rockefeller regarding that philanthropist’s demands of then President Bill Clinton to end UFO secrecy and her husband’s public opinions on Extraterrestrials that surfaced on the Jimmy Kimmel Show, clearly demonstrate this is not the first time Ms. Clinton has come face to face with the UFO/ET issue.
Even more perplexing, John Podesta former White House Chief of Staff under President Bill Clinton, who is Hillary Clinton’s current campaign manager, has already made two publicly challenging and provocative statements aimed directly at the US government. At the Washington DC National Press Club in 2002 and 2003 he demanded that the US government tell the American people what it knows about UFOs.

“It’s time to open the books on questions that have remained in the dark, on the question of government investigations of UFOs. It’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there. We ought to do it, really, because it’s right, because the American people, quite frankly, can handle the truth, and we ought to do it because it’s the law.”
Furthermore, in a now famous Tweet in March of 2015, Podesta also admitted his greatest failure while in the White House was that he did not achieve the release of UFO files.
The confluence of these multiple and eerie converging lines of evidence during an increasingly derisive Presidential campaign appear to be setting the stage for a massive explosion of questions both on the campaign trail and internationally about why a 2016 Democratic Presidential Candidate – her campaign manager and her husband have now publicly engaged their previous and current interest in the UFO/ET matter.
What will fellow Democrats and Donald Trump say about this turn of events spawned by the Clinton-Podesta triumvirate?

Toronto [ZNN] September 25th marks the 10th anniversary of the Hon. Paul T. Hellyer former Canadian Minister of Defence coming forward in 2005 at the University of Toronto to challenge the Canadian government on the reality of the UFO phenomenon.
In Hellyer’s address at the Toronto Symposium on UFO Disclosure and Planetary Directionsat the University of Toronto’s Convocation Hall he shocked the 500 in attendance by stating: “UFOs are as real as the airplanes that fly over your head. That is my unequivocal conclusion.”
Hellyer is on record as stating that after reading the book The Day After Roswell by former military officer Colonel Phillip J. Corso – Hellyer consulted with a retired US Air Force General who told Hellyer: “Every word of it is true and more.” Since that moment Hellyer has launched a tireless and determined journey towards the truth and to bring an end to government secrecy. Since that historic day Mr. Hellyer has brought his message to a global audience through lectures, radio and television interviews, personal appearances and his books Light at the End of the Tunnel: A Survival Plan for the Human Species and The Money Mafia: A World in Crisis.
In his pursuit to eliminate the demonization of the Extraterrestrial presence that is now engaging the planet, Hellyer has sparred with the likes of Stephen Hawking. In a 2010 report in the Toronto Star, Peter Rakobowchuk of The Canadian Press wrote: “The longtime cabinet minister accuses Hawking of spreading misinformation about extraterrestrials. ‘I think he’s indulging in some pretty scary talk there that I would have hoped would not come from someone with such an established stature,’ Hellyer said in an interview. ‘I think it’s really sad that a scientist of his repute would contribute to what I would consider more misinformation about a vast and very important subject.’ “
While Hellyer was roundly criticized by former colleague Liberal Senator Colin Kenny on the ET matter in Rakobowchuk’s 2010 article, Hellyer refused to back-down sticking to his guns as he championed the Global ET Disclosure movement spearheaded by Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group in Washington DC who was a featured speaker at the 2005 U of T symposium.
In his pursuit of full government disclosure on the reality of UFOs and an ET presence, Hellyer has cited dozens of government documents proving the level of secrecy about UFOs is rampant at the highest levels of government, military and intelligence agencies in the US and Canada.
Hellyer has also highlighted in his addresses sworn testimony by US missile launch commanders about the shutting-down of US ICBM nuclear warheads by craft of unknown origin as well as the creation of ultra-secret national security states and even “breakaway civilizations” who are in possession of technologies that could arrest climate change and save the planet. As a statesman, Hellyer has clearly played a significant role in igniting and sustaining the growing global discourse to end government secrecy on the matter of UFOs and an ET presence.
Hellyer has made it his business to investigate these matters meticulously, as evidenced by his research and analysis of the facts in both of his books – Light at the End of the Tunnel and Money Mafia. To the credit of the Canadian press, some did take up the matter of Hellyer’s bold debut seriously in 2005 and 2007. John Ward of CP (Canada Press) was the first to break the news of Hellyer’s coming forward in a September 12, 2005 article – Former Canadian defense minister becomes leading speaker. This CP wire release was picked up by hundreds of news outlets globally.
Later, in 2007 – after this writer sent a letter to then Governor General Michaëlle Jean asking the Canadian government to acknowledge the UFO/ET matter – Joanna Smith, now a reporter at the Toronto Star’s Ottawa Bureau penned the article Ex-defence minister joins search for aliens. ZNN considers this article by Joanna Smith as one of the most positive and instructive pieces of journalism by a Canadian reporter on the work of Mr. Hellyer.
How was it that an 82 year old former cabinet minister under Prime Ministers Pierre Elliot Trudeau and Nobel Prize winner Lester B. Pearson and the longest serving member of the Privy Counsel, decided in 2005 to break an embargo of the truth surrounding the UFO issue? And how is it that Hellyer to this day in 2015 continues his epic trek at the age of 92 to enlighten humanity? To this writer who has known the man for 10 years only two words reveal the answer – integrity and determination.
This writer, who was on the podium in 2005 to introduce Mr. Hellyer to a spellbound audience at Convocation Hall, stated then and repeats now: “The fact that a former Minister of Defence is willing to come forward to talk about the reality of this phenomenon is Canadian history – we are here today witnessing history.”
If the Canadian Press and its international counter parts like Lee Speigel at the Huffington Post – Jennifer Harper at the Washington Times – Billy Cox of the Herald Tribune – Mitch Potter at the Toronto Star’s Washington Bureau and the Toronto Star’s Ottawa Bureau reporter Joanna Smith take Mr. Hellyer’s message to the next level of public inquiry – Paul Hellyer will again make history and quite possibly write the script humanity is waiting for about its possible future and our place in the cosmos.
In this election year in Canada this matter is in the hands of the Fourth Estate – the only true representative of the people. Just one question or a probative article by one or two brave journalists on this matter could make the difference. The question is which news organization will make this the election issue no one wants to talk about. The bold convictions of one Canadian statesman could revive a very tired, uninspired and passionless election campaign.
A new book on UFOs and U.S. Presidents has created quite a stir with sensational headlines about an alien connection to the JFK assassination by several mainstream U.S. news media sources. The New York Post led the charge on March 22 with the headline: “Aliens killed Kennedy! And other wild tales of UFOs vs. the USA.” The Business Standard followed up today with the headline: “Aliens planned John F. Kennedy’s assassination, claims author.” So did space aliens really kill President Kennedy?
The headlines derive from Larry Holcombe’s new book, The Presidents and UFOs: A Secret History from FDR to Obama. In it Holcomb covers the history of how U.S. Presidents have responded to the UFO issue. Holcomb cites a number of FOIA documents and leaked “Majestic” documents in presenting his history. The chapter on President Kennedy is what got mainstream media attention. Here is how the New York Post summarized Holcombe’s views:
Holcombe cites a classified CIA communication from the Kennedy era that reads, in part, “when conditions become nonconductive for growth in our environment and Washington cannot be influenced any further . . . it should be ‘wet.’ ” Since “wet” was Soviet code for “assassination,” Holcombe thinks this could be CIA code for a plot to kill Kennedy. Why? He was considering telling the world that aliens existed, of course.
The classified CIA document is known among UFO researchers as the “Burned Memo”, and has generated much interest since first made available by Dr Robert Wood and Ryan Wood on their Majestic.com website. The “Burned Memo” does indicate that a mysterious committee called the MJ-12 Special Studies group was setting policy on how to respond to President Kennedy’s efforts to get access to classified UFOs. The “Burned Memo” contains eight directives – the last of which was an assassination directive called “Project Environment.”
The 2013 book, Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’sAssassination goes into length about the membership of MJ-12 and the timeline behind the drafting of the Burned Memo. Kennedy’s Last Stand asserts that the CIA’s head of counterintelligence, James Jesus Angleton, orchestrated the JFK assassination on behalf of the directives issued by the MJ-12 Group. Kennedy’s Last Stand identifies the most likely members of the MJ-12 committee at the time the Burned Memo was drafted. All were prominent military and civilian officials – none of whom appeared to be space aliens. So the New York Post article doesn’t appear to be correct in making the case that space aliens were responsible for Kennedy’s assassination.
However, before dismissing any alien involvement in the Kennedy assassination, one needs to consider the full implications of what President Obama said on March 12 on Jimmy Kimmel Live. In response to Kimmel’s question about how he would seek to gain access to UFO files and Area 51 if he were president, Obama said:
The aliens won’t let it happen. You’d reveal all their secrets. They exercise strict control over us.
While Obama’s comments were widely interpreted as a joke by most mainstream media, it’s important to mention that only a month earlier, John Podesta, Obama’s counselor for energy policy and the environment said that his biggest failure for 2014 was: “Once again not securing the #disclosure of the UFO files.”
Podesta’s frank admission of failure was interpreted as evidence that there exist powerful government and/or corporate forces enforcing UFO secrecy. Obama’s comments on Jimmy Kimmel Live raises another possibility. Space aliens themselves, at least some of them, play a key role in maintaining UFO secrecy.
Podesta’s frustration over the inability of the Obama administration to gain access to classified UFO files was almost certainly shared by President Obama. Podesta’s statement now makes clear the full context of Obama’s space alien comments on Jimmy Kimmel live. His comment that space aliens “exercise strict control over us” was no joke. He was making an important admission about who was ultimately in control when it comes to gaining access to classified UFO files.
If space aliens were responsible for blocking the Obama’s administration’s access to classified UFO then it stands to reason that they played a similar role during the Kennedy administration. Kennedy’s interest in UFO files started during World War 2 when he witnessed captured Nazi technologies, some of which were UFOs, is discussed in Kennedy’s Last Stand. A new Kickstarter film project that goes into more detail on Kennedy’s knowledge of Nazi UFOs, reverse engineering captured UFOs and alien life is planned to be released on Nov 22, the 52nd anniversary of the JFK assassination.
The New York Post and Business Standard headlines on aliens and the JFK assassination may appear to be outlandish. Yet when one examines all the available evidence on President Kennedy’s knowledge of classified UFOs and Obama’s recent comments, it may not be that outlandish after all. Space aliens, at least some of them, may have played a key role in the Kennedy Assassination.
On Thursday morning, RT News reported that Russia’s chief investigator into the cause of the May 16 Proton-M rocket crash raised the possibility that sabotage was involved. Aleksandr Danilyuk, who chairs the inter-departmental commission investigating the crash, said:
All variants are being analyzed in detail. As of today the most likely version involves the failure of a bearing unit in the turbine pump assembly. But, I repeat, all versions are under consideration. The sabotage version has not been ruled out.
Given video evidence extracted from the Russian Space Program that a UFO intercepted and apparently caused the third stage malfunction that led to the rocket’s destruction, Danilyuk appeared to be suggesting that a UFO did indeed “sabotage” the rocket.
In a related development, UFO debris was collected by Chinese government officials shortly after the Proton-M rocket crash. Initial media coverage suggested it was remains of the rocket but Russian scientists insisted that the rocket would have largely disintegrated before impacting the earth. This raised the possibility that the strange spherical objects retrieved in China may be the remnants of the UFO that intercepted the Proton-M rocket. Presently, Chinese authorities are investigating the spherical objects.
Danilyuk’s public admission earned a rare public rebuke by Russia’s deputy Prime Minister, Dmitry Rogozin, who said in a statement released today shortly after RT’s earlier report:
The Roscosmos commission which has been investigating the accident should first complete its work and submit the results of the investigation to the government before “tormenting” the society with new versions of the accident.
Was the public spat between senior Russian officials merely due to an overzealous space investigator overstepping his authority, or was he spilling the beans on a belligerent action conducted by a foreign power against the Russian Federation?
Video footage of the crash clearly shows the trajectory of what appears to be a UFO that intercepts the rocket about 40 seconds before the deployment of the sophisticated communications satellite. Despite video evidence of something intercepting the rocket, official reports on the rocket’s demise focused on a possible malfunction of the rocket’s engines. Danilyuk’s public admission has placed the spotlight on the intercepting UFO as the possible source of “sabotage.”
Danilyuk’s admission that sabotage was a possible cause of the rocket’s failure is significant given video footage of an intercepting UFO. If a UFO did “sabotage” the rocket, why would the Russian Deputy Prime Minister be so quick to slap down such speculation? Perhaps he is being cautious and wants to defuse public speculation about sinister forces acting against the Russian Federation. Alternatively, the public spat may be a way for the Russian government to indirectly confirm that a belligerent foreign power possesses UFO technologies that was used to intercept and destroy a Russian rocket.

On May 19, 2014 Lee Nicholson from the popular Outpost Forum, announced the results of a detailed analysis of more declassified documents from the CIA electronic archives that help confirm the validity of a leaked document allegedly of a CIA wiretap of Marilyn Monroe and her closest friends. Monroe had been under CIA surveillance due to her friendship with the Kennedy brothers and communist sympathizers up to the time of her mysterious death on August 5, 1962, two days after the Wiretap document. The Wiretap document is a summary of her recent phone conversations where she planned a “tell all” press conference revealing President Kennedy’s secrets and knowledge about a retrieved UFO at a USAF facility. In response to a critical analysis of his initial article about his research at the CIA electronic archives, Nicholson analyzed further CIA documents that addressed the criticisms and published the results. His conclusion is that the Wiretap document matches authentic CIA documents so closely “that it could not have been faked without access to CIA archives.” Consequently, the leaked wiretap document is either an authentic CIA document leaked to the public, or a document that was created by some with access to the CIA archives who likely had authorization to do so.
In response to Nicholson’s first article released on April 14, four key points emerged in a critical analysis of his research. These were:
1. All CIA documents from that time frame contained a phrase on the bottom of the page which stated: “Automatically declassified by code xxxx on xx/xx/xxxx.” This is noticeably absent on the Marilyn wiretap document.
2. The classification “Top Secret – Not for publication” never appeared on documents. It is a non sequitur. The ranking of a document as “Top Secret” is and of itself the actual highest ranking, higher even than any document containing other code names or phrases along with the Top Secret stamp.
3. The document is also missing a border color. It should have a blue stripe on it.
4. The CIA was not using typewriters in 1963. By that time everything that was typed came from either teletype machines or by early computers and printers.
Nicholson used newly declassified Information Reports from the CIA’s electronic archives to answer each of the criticisms. In response to the first criticism, he found that Information Reports contain classification information at the very bottom. In the leaked CIA Wiretap document, Nicholson points out:
One thing we can say for sure is that our leaked document has been cropped both top and bottom, it does not contain the words “Information Report”, this may have been done accidently or on purpose by the individual that leaked the document.

With regard to the second point, Nicholson found multiple classification stamps on CIA documents. This signified that documents are routinely downgraded and stamped accordingly prior to release. He provided an example of a CIA document with multiple security stamps. He wrote:
It is my contention therefore that the Marilyn Wiretap was initially classified Top Secret but was later downgraded prior to leaking, at which time the second “NOT FOR PUBLICATION” stamp was added.
Regarding the third point, of a missing border color, Nicholson points out that it is missing due to the document being cropped prior to being leaking.
Finally, with regard to the document being created using a type writer or teletype machine, Nicholson analyzed the fonts of the leaked document and declassified CIA documents and found them to be virtually identical with each other as he demonstrated in a comparison graphic. He wrote:

Whether the Marilyn wiretap document was hand typed or printed is really as moot point, as either way it is 100% consistent with declassified CIA Information Reports …
Nicholson’s conclusion from his analysis of a number of declassified CIA Information Reports is that the Monroe wiretap document was an Information Report subjected to a review prior to its dissemination. Nicholson suggested:
… either a semi-official declassification process occurred, in the case of a sanctioned release. Or an extremely cautious and experienced archivist sanitized the document before it was passed to Tim Cooper in 1992, if the document was smuggled out and leaked without consent.
The implications of Nicholson’s research are staggering. Authenticating the allegedly leaked CIA Wiretap document shows not only that Monroe was under official surveillance by the CIA, but that her death was more than likely linked to her planned tell all press conference. Monroe’s knowledge that President Kennedy had seen artifacts from a crashed UFO housed at a classified Air Force facility would have shocked the nation then. Today, such knowledge not only helps explains Monroe’s mysterious death two days after the Wiretap document date, but also casts light on JFK’s assassination just over a year later.
A whistleblower using the pseudonym, Captain Kaye, claims that as part of his training to become a member of an elite Marine Corps unit that he and other “super soldiers” fought against cloned humans infected with a “zombie virus”. He claims that the zombie virus introduces genetic mutations into human physiology that makes individuals incredibly aggressive. He says that the Zombie Virus Protocol is a covert plan designed to release the virus into the public and wipe out between 50-85% of the human population within a five year period. As fantastic as Captain Kaye’s testimony appears, there is a “Zombie Preparedness” program that is being run, allegedly tongue in cheek, by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention http://www.cdc.gov/phpr/zombies.htm
Captain Kaye also describes an Extraterrestrial Biological Entity (EBE) Manual that he was exposed to during both his super soldier training as a youth, and during his covert military service on a classified spacecraft carrier. The Manual had both medical and political information on up to 54 different types of alien races. Each of the races was given a color to designate how they would behave with humans ranging from friendly interactions to outright hostility. He identified up to ten different friendly extraterrestrial races wanting to assist in humanity’s evolution. Captain Kaye’s testimony is consistent with whistleblowers such as a retired 22 year Army veteran, Clifford Stone, who claims he saw a First Aid Manual for up to 57 extraterrestrial civilizations interacting with humanity.
Captain Kaye is currently seeking documents to corroborate his recollections of 20 years of military service that involved his memories initially being removed, and his earlier 12 years of training as a child supersoldier with the USMC Special Section. He offers his direct testimony as evidence of a break away human civilization that covertly recruits and trains personnel for military services in a variety of off-planet locations.

A new whistleblower has come forward to claim that he spent almost three years serving in a secret Space Fleet run by a multinational organization called the Earth Defense Force. In exclusive testimony released today on ExoNews TV, the whistleblower, who uses the pseudonym, Captain Kaye, said that the Earth Defense Force recruits personnel from the military services of different nations including China, Russia and the U.S. He claims that he was recruited from a covert branch of the U.S. Marine Corps called “Special Section,” after having served previously for 17 years on Mars protecting five human colonies from indigenous Martian life forms.
Captain Kaye’s testimony describes three different types of space fighters and three bombers that he was trained to fly. Training took place on secret moon base called Lunar Operations Command, Saturn’s moon Titan, and in deep space. The space fighters and bombers had different propulsion systems ranging from fission and fusion nuclear energy, an electro-gravitic system, temporal space drive and more traditional thruster systems. He also reveals the existence of at least five large cigar shaped space carriers that are capable of interstellar flight that house the smaller fighters and bombers. He claims he served on one called “EDF SS Nautilus” which was up to ¾ of a mile long.
Captain Kaye claims that there was strict enforcement of non-communications with Earth during one’s military service, and need-to-know requirements for operations outside the solar system. After completing his 20 year tour of duty, he describes a retirement ceremony on Lunar Operations Command that was presided over by VIPs including former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
Parts of Captain Kaye’s testimony is consistent with the claims of other whistleblowers describing a secret space fleet. Most prominent among these is former President Ronald Reagan who alluded to a highly classified space fleet in the June 11, 1985 entry in his diaries where he revealed that “our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people.” A succession of whistleblowers and aeronautical experts have come forward to reveal various details of advanced antigravity technologies that can, in the words of Ben Rich (former Lockheed Skunkworks CEO) “take ET home.” Captain Kaye is currently seeking documents to verify his incredible experiences, and for now offers his testimony as evidence of a break away human civilization that operates a secret space fleet.

New evidence has just been released supporting the authenticity of a leaked CIA document allegedly of wiretaps of Marilyn Monroe and her friends shortly before her suspicious death on August 4, 1962. The wiretap document revealed that Monroe was planning to give a press conference about what President Kennedy had told her of a visit to an undisclosed Air Force facility where he saw the debris of a crashed UFO. The Monroe wiretap document was first leaked in 1992 to a UFO researcher, and was made public in 1994. It has not been confirmed by the CIA to be genuine, and remains open to dispute. The new evidence that was revealed yesterday shows that the leaked document conforms closely to a standard classified Information Report form used by the CIA in 1963. Either someone broke the law by forging or using a standard CIA Information Report form for classified reports at the time of Monroe’s death, or the Monroe wiretap document was indeed a classified report about a wiretap of Monroe and her friends.
This is what the alleged CIA wiretap document, dated August 3, 1962, had to say about Monroe’s knowledge of Kennedy and UFOs:
Rothberg indicated in so many words, that she [Monroe] had secrets to tell, no doubt arising from her trists [sic] with the President and the Attorney General. One such “secret” mentions the visit by the President at a secret air base for the purpose of inspecting things from outer space.
2. Subject repeatedly called the Attorney General and complained about the way she was being ignored by the President and his brother.
3. Subject threatened to hold a press conference and would tell all.
The discoverer of the CIA intelligence report is Lee Nicholson from the Outpost Forum. In his April 14 forum post he described what he found after visiting the CIA’s electronic reading room:
During the process of researching this article I spent several hours at the CIA’s electronic reading room looking at documents from the 1960s, in an attempt to find examples of similar typeface to that seen in our questioned document …. I discovered a CIA Information Report dated 18th March, 1963 with the subject heading: “Projected Soviet Space Launchings” which was declassified on the 16th of July 2011. This authentic CIA information report is an almost perfect match in style and presentation for the leaked ‘Marilyn document’.
Nicholson went on to describe new facts emerging from a comparison between the declassified CIA document and the Monroe wiretap document:
In fact a close comparison gleans some important new facts. Firstly, we can now see that both documents use the exact same form letter or template information report. Presumably the author would have a stack of these ‘blank’ forms which would be placed into a typewriter to add the relevant information before classification and distribution. We can also see that both documents contain the same secondary typeface, which is in fact Courier type commonly used on IBM typewriters in the 1960s.
Nicholson then described a series of parallels between the declassified 1963 Information Report and the leaked Monroe wiretap document. His conclusion was that they closely matched suggesting that the Monroe document is genuine.
The implications of the Monroe wiretap document being genuine are astounding. It reveals that only one day before her death, Monroe was planning a press conference that would reveal what President Kennedy had confidentially told her about UFOs. The fact that the CIA was monitoring her and wiretapping her phone calls, directly implicates the CIA in her suspicious death and the cover-up of information concerning UFOs.

Toronto [ZNN] The NORAD Briefing document developed by ZNN indicating Canadian CF-18 jets were scrambled to chase three unknown targets at 35,000 feet has been sent to the Hon. Rob Nicholson Minister of Defence in Canada. The briefing document has been co-signed by the Hon. Paul Hellyer former Canadian Minister of Defence and nuclear physicist and renowned UFO research expert Stanton T. Friedman, as well as by several other concerned Canadians.
The brief has also been sent to Liberal Party Leader Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Opposition the Hon. Thomas Mulcair and Ontario Finance Minister the Hon. Charles Sousa. Minister Sousa was briefed by ZNN on matters related to the UFO/ET issue in February of 2009.
Each of the aforementioned political figures has been asked no less than 10 specific questions about the NORAD UFO incident along with demands that Liberal Party leader Justin Trudeau and Leader of the Opposition, the Hon. Thomas Mulcair, raise the NORAD incident and issues of unnecessary secrecy in the Canadian House of Commons.
The brief provides an in-depth assessment of the NORAD Secret Status and Events flight log report of 2001. The complex six page log tracks the flight activity of 2 CF-18 Hornets out of COMOX AFB in British Columbia Canada as they were scramble to pursue ‘unknowns’ – targets – captured on radar.
It is clear that interpreting the highly complex, sterile and jargon-laden Air Traffic Control communication log between the CF-18s presents a daunting task for anyone wishing to determine what the aircraft were doing during their pursuit and what the pilots were actually chasing. However – after an exhaustive review and a line by line analysis of the entire NORAD log by ZNN, the events during this ‘Secret Status’ event are more than obvious.
The flight log clearly indicates the following:
As the CF-18s approached the ‘unknown(s)’ a log entry reads “Time to target for CF-18s is 90 secs…”.This statement in the NORAD log clearly demonstrates the CF-18s were in fact pursuing and approaching something.
CF-18s made contact with an ‘unknown’ at 35,000 feet. [Log Entry Ref: page three, date index 01/09/12, time index 12:13:54 “YQQ CF18s have contact at 35,000ft.”] No visual description of the target is mentioned in the log.
The following page in the NORAD log clearly indicates that another aircraft – an LR-35 MEDEVAC jet out of Anchorage Alaska made either visual or radar contact with the ‘unknown(s)’. The LR-35 jet reported that their aircraft could not ‘keep up’ with the ‘unknown(s)’. This implies intelligent control in straight and level flight by the ‘unknown(s)’ at speeds exceeding 530 mph. [The LR-35 (Lear jet) has a maximum speed of 530 mph – Mach 0.81 in straight and level flight.]
Because these events in the log have now been clarified, significant questions remain as to what the NORAD jets encountered. Now that the facts contained in this provocative series of events have been thoroughly analyzed, citizens are in a better position to demand very specific answers from elected officials. Therefore, in the brief – each member of Parliament has been requested to respond to questions and demands – for example:
ZNN respectfully requests that you investigate and assess the NORAD SECRET Status Events Report 2001. Please send us the entire results of your investigation within a reasonable amount of time. If the government’s position is that no scientific evidence exists to prove UFOs are real and possibly under intelligent control, why then do the government and the DND classify and mark documents as ‘secret’ and continue to remain unresponsive in public to and entirely silent on the UFO matter?
Trudeau and Mulcair are challenged to ask these same questions of the Minister of Defence in the House of Commons during question period.
If acted upon by government leaders – the public exposure of the NORAD BRIEFING DOCUMENT will indeed be a confirmation that Canadian NORAD jets made contact with one or more UFOs within Canadian airspace – an explosive event in Canadian history – an event to which the Canadian people have been refused access.
It should also be pointed out that within the briefing document sent to Ottawa, major Canadian intelligence documents uncovered by ZNN demonstrate – again with no doubt what so ever – that the UFO matter is and was considered as a high priority despite government claims that UFOs do not exist.
These documents in tandem with the NORAD BRIEFING DOCUMENT prove that the matter of UFOs were and remain a matter of intense scrutiny beyond public awareness.

On December 4, the House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology of the U.S. Congress held a session discussing the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what should be done to find space aliens. Titled: Astrobiology: The Search for Biosignatures in Our Solar System and Beyond” the session lasted 90 minutes. The meeting was chaired by Lamar Smith of Texas and featured three prominent astrobioligists from NASA, MIT and the Library of Congress. The questions asked by House members were rather general and vague, sometimes descending into the ridiculous. Rep. Ralph Hall (R-Tex) asked the panel: “Do you think there’s life out there and are they studying us — and what do they think of New York City?” Some members of the Democratic Party criticized the meetings as a waste of time. So why did the House hold this meeting at all, and why now?
The answer according to most astrobiologists is that the discovery of exoplanets makes it certain that there are millions, if not billions of earth like planets capable of hosting life in our galaxy alone. A recent statistical paper found that 22% of sun like stars may host habitable planets. Given the high unlikelihood that so much cosmic real estate would be devoid of life that has shown itself to be so robust on Earth, astrobiologists have basically reached a consensus that it is a only a matter of time before alien life is found. This was the observation of Bill Posey, Republican of Florida who said: “You’ve pretty much indicated [the discovery of] life on other planets is inevitable…. It’s just a matter of time and funding.” Posey and other members acknowledged that there needs to be more funding for NASA to build better space telescopes to find exoplanets and support detection programs like SETI to find intelligent alien life out there. Dr Stephen Dick from the Library of Congress challenged the current separation between detecting microbiological and intelligent extraterrestrial life, and called for a renewal of funding for SETI:
In addition to a renewed search with the latest technology, the reinstatement of funding for SETI would allow a systematic examination of these intriguing questions. It would also repair the artificial programmatic divorce between the search for microbial and intelligent life, which, despite engaging different scientific communities, are part of the same research problem. And I believe SETI would be supported by the public, which as always is interested in life beyond Earth, whether microbial or intelligent.
Earlier in May a subcommittee of the House Science Committee heard evidence of the latest astronomical findings concerning exoplanets, and the need to continue funding such research. There are many congressional members sympathetic to NASA and its budgetary needs despite the strict fiscal conservatism of the Republican Party that has led to cut backs in NASA funding. The White House has submitted a budget for NASA of $17.7billion for 2014, which is a slight decrease from 2012. It is not certain that NASA will even get this which is a worry to its supporters.
This latest Congressional meeting comes roughly seven months after a mock congressional hearing involving six former members of Congress. The Citizen Hearings on Disclosure examined evidence of a UFO cover-up and that we are being visited by various extraterrestrial civilizations. The former congressional members did not think it likely that the current Congress would take up any time soon the issue of extraterrestrial life, or at least claims of a cover-up. Yet here we are seven months later and Congress has indeed begun openly discussing extraterrestrial life, though not evidence of a cover-up.
Curiously, current members of the U.S. Congress are open to discussing extraterrestrial life in the context of the latest astronomical data provided by NASA, yet won’t hear from former NASA employees and astronauts about what they know of a cover-up. Apollo 14 astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell, for example, has been very prominent in speaking out about the cover-up for over a decade. Indeed he testified by live video before the Citizen Disclosure Hearing. Yet don’t expect the House Committee to call upon Dr Mitchell soon to testify. The official stance seems to be that discussion of extraterrestrial life is now fine as long as it’s done in the context of NASA’s discoveries of exoplanets, but don’t discuss the possibility of a cover up by NASA employees and others. That way NASA can get funds for more efforts to find alien life somewhere in deep space, while ridiculing those claiming that NASA has already discovered ET much closer to home.
A Review Essay: Dr Michael Salla’s new book KENNEDY’S LAST STAND: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 and JFK’s Assassination (Exopolitics Institute 2013)

Michael Salla’s books have in common clarity, methodical progression and persuasive argumentation, all intended to convince an uninformed readership of a thesis that is far from easy to accept. His latest work is no exception. In it Salla focuses on one main topic: the alleged connection between the assassination of President John F Kennedy and his documented attempts to gain knowledge about and disclose the extraterrestrial factor responsible for the UFO issue, all against the will of a powerful secret para-governmental Cabal that controlled and still appears to control that elusive area of scientific research and technological development.
In ten chapters, Salla surveys a vast amount of documentation drawn from across the spectrum of “ufological” literature and lists many documents, some officially declassified and others anonymously leaked, to support his theory, providing precise references for every statement and quotation he makes. His conclusions are hence abundantly supported and cogently argued in the form of propositions. He also takes pains to analyse contradicting claims and assess alternative hypotheses on their factual merit. Any reader who takes the trouble to familiarize himself with some of the sources will have to conclude that while not all the book’s deductions are proven beyond doubt, they all display a high degree of plausibility.
After using as a starting point President Clinton’s well known request to his friend and confidant Webster Hubbell to try finding out the answer to two questions that greatly troubled him, namely who killed JFK and what was behind UFOs, Salla dedicates his first chapter to Kennedy’s early years as a Naval Intelligence Officer who became close to then Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal, a fellow American Irishman and former journalist. He follows the two men as they toured defeated Germany in 1945 at about the time when President Truman authorized Operation Paperclip that was to clandestinely bring to the US thousands of high-level German scientists and engineers, many working on secret weapons programmes. Some of those according to various Intelligence sources, including CIA agent Virgil Armstrong and Capt. Edward Ruppelt later in charge of the Air Force’s Bluebook Project, involved the development of very advanced spacecraft made possible, according to the father of the Third Reich’s rocket technology Dr Hermann Oberth, by the help of “people from other worlds”. Numerous documents and photographs from the Nazi archives attest the existence of those disc shaped aircraft. That fact might explain the resolve of the allies to gain complete control over the Third Reich’s scientific establishment and to utterly destroy a regime that posed so great a technological and military threat to all other powers.
The first chapter ends with the analysis of the circumstances of Forrestal’s mysterious death on May 22, 1949. which appears to have been the result of a political assassination while he was in Government custody on direct orders of the White House. Although Forrestal himself claimed to be under continuous threat in the last months of his life from Jewish agents who were allegedly stalking him on behalf of the state of Israel to whose creation he was opposed, there is strong evidence that the first US Secretary of Defence’s participation in a recently created secret government committee called MJ-12 (Majestic 12), dedicated to the management of Extra-terrestrial and UFO related affairs, played a role in his “termination” as he had reportedly become hostile to the official cover up policy and sought to make at least some of the knowledge he had gathered available to the public. Salla quotes William Cooper, one of the researchers on MJ-12 in his conclusion that Forrestal was not only fully briefed on the UFO situation and had seen both the recovered crafts and the bodies of the crew but that he had also been abducted or taken aboard an alien vehicle. His tragic death disguised as a suicide is one of the early and well publicised cases that show the US Government by then was operating as a totalitarian oligarchy in which no one was safe from state-commissioned murder. With regard to the American government’s awareness of an extraterrestrial presence on earth, Salla quotes a leaked top secret memo from General George Marshall to President Roosevelt, dated March 8th 1942 stating that the US armed forces were in possession of at least parts of an alien spacecraft that had fallen in California shortly before that date.
Chapter 2 provides a summary account of the Roswell alien crash in early July 1947, since confirmed and corroborated by multiple witnesses and documents, including secret instruction letters from President Truman and General Dwight Eisenhower to certain military commanders. Salla establishes that the momentous decision to retract the initial Army news release about the UFO recovery and put out a cover story about a fallen weather balloon was almost certainly made by Eisenhower, then Chief of Staff of the War Department, for reasons of national security. He also shows that Kennedy, a first term Congressman was informally briefed on the real event, probably by his friend Stuart Symington who was then Assistant Secretary of War for Air, under Forrestal. In the weeks following the Roswell incident which the government rightly saw as a world changing event, the Department of Defence was reorganized into three separate services, while the CIA was created together with a number of new agencies, including the super-secret MJ-12 intended to place the country on a war footing. Salla also gives official documentary evidence for the existence since 1942 of a secret Military Counter-Intelligence Department called the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit, apparently set up by President F D Roosevelt soon after the UFO retrieval near Los Angeles.
By now the book has made it abundantly clear that the US Government at the highest level was working under the assumption that it was under a very high potential threat from an “Alien” entity which also however represented a phenomenal opportunity for a technological quantum leap into the future, light years ahead of the civilisational achievements hitherto mastered.
In a Cold War climate, the rulers of the country decided this factor had to be hidden from most people at home and abroad and the most stringent precautions were taken to deny the truth. I wrote several years ago in an article that the very ratcheting up of the tension with the USSR may have been engineered in order to provide a convenient motive for the introduction of emergency policies motivated by the unacknowledged UFO “elephant in the room”.
Chapter 3 deals with the leaked 8 page Eisenhower Briefing Document on the Alien situation which was allegedly presented to the newly elected president on November 18, 1952. Extensive technical analysis of the document by the Dr. Robert and Ryan Wood team and by Stanton Friedman has led them to confirm its authenticity. One independently established fact mentioned in that document is that on September 24th, 1947 Truman had by Special Classified Executive Order set up Operation Majestic, on the day of his meeting with James Forrestal and his chief scientific adviser Dr Vannevar Bush who had headed military research and development during World War II, including the Manhattan Project.
There is hence no reasonable doubt about the existence of MJ-12 as a central organ of the permanent, unelected secret government that was being set up in the early fifties on Eisenhower’s order (Executive Order 10432) by no other than Nelson Rockefeller who was simultaneously appointed Special Assistant to the President for Cold War Planning.
The secret government had under its control the most important issues related to national security, including advanced military R&D, Intelligence and more particularly all matters related to UFOs and Alien visitors. Additional evidence for the existence of MJ-12 is provided by the declassified Cutler-Twining Memorandum dated July 14, 1954 that specifically refers to it and lists a series of plans (for psychological warfare, unconventional war, cover and deception, command, communications etc…) that had been developed under its purview.
Rockefeller remained in charge of the committee in charge of reorganizing the government until September 1959, a few months before the end of Eisenhower’s second term. By then the CIA,whose director since 1953 Allen Dulles became MJ-1 in succession to Admiral Hillenkoetter, first head of Central Intelligence, when the latter retired, had been made the sole gatekeeper to Majestic to which not even the President could have access. The notorious Directorate of Plans, headed by Frank Wisner Sr. who retired in 1959 was tasked with the protection of MJ-12, through its Counter-Intelligence (C I) Division which was under the authority of James Jesus Angleton.
Originally, MJ-12 ran its research at the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio where it concentrated much of the “alien” technological and biological material recovered in diverse circumstances and it reportedly held its meetings in the nearby Battelle Institute. However in 1955, the need was felt for a completely autonomous facility outside the control of the Air Force. Accordingly, Wisner’s second-in-command Richard Bissell together with top engineers from the Lockheed Corporation, selected a site owned by the Department of Energy, located on the edge of the Atomic Energy Commission’s Nevada Test Site, around Groom Lake. The new facility was codenamed Area 51 and extensive underground silos and labs were dug under the dry lake bed. Furthermore a few miles away another, even more secret facility was set up under the named S-4 for the sole purpose of studying and reverse engineering UFO alien technology. Funding comes from the CIA’s black budget which is virtually unlimited (“without regard to any provision of the law”) and is not under any legislative or executive outside supervision. While the “official” black budget for the year 2013 amounts to about 57 billion dollars, according to the cost breakdown leaked by Edward Snowden, the annual “unofficial” one according to some estimates may well exceed one trillion or even a trillion and a half dollars in the last decade or two.
Salla points out that Area 51 and its advanced aircraft development work leading to such cutting edge planes as the “Oxcart” and U-2, have always provided a reliable cover for the even more exotic programmes being carried out at S-4. People, whether officials or members of the public, who show curiosity about the mysteries of the area are given some information about the experimental aeronautical vehicles being designed and tested there and sometimes are told that “UFOs” are just a cover used by the Pentagon to keep enemies and busybodies in the dark about the real military technologies under study. He cites the testimonies of a number of Area 51 and S-4 whistleblowers while pointing out that their allegations are in most cases unproven though they are generally congruent even though those former employees did not know one another.
A major result of the system devised by Nelson Rockefeller was that the activities of Majestic and its related CIA-sponsored operations became unknown to all, including President Eisenhower himself. He tried to regain control in 1958 and reportedly had to threaten MJ-12 to send the 1st Army from Colorado to occupy Area 51 if he was not fully briefed on the situation there but got only a limited update through two envoys that he sent to the base which by then had became a state within the state. A coalition of Intelligence organizations and major military industrial corporations had taken exclusive control of the research programmes connected to UFOs and no other president would be able to change that. Eisenhower warned the nation in his famous but cryptic farewell speech about the “military-industrial complex” three days before leaving office on January 17th 1961 but few people could understand what he was referring to and even fewer had the power to act. His successor John Kennedy was one of those and he was to try repeatedly to take control of a rogue secret state that had emptied the presidency of much of its substance, according to documentation that has surfaced since.
Chapters 4 and 5 document reveal when and how Eisenhower briefed Kennedy on the UFO files and on the situation he was to confront within the government in that regard. Indeed, shortly after assuming office, the new president issued Executive Order 10320, dated February 19th 1961 whereby he abolished the Operations Coordinating Board of the CIA, the successor to the Psychological Strategy Board set up in 1951 and placed all its activities under the control of his National Security Adviser, McGeorge Bundy and the Department of State. Then, on 28 June 1961 he wrote a top secret memorandum to Allen Dulles asking him to provide a full review of its psychological operations, the bracket under which all UFO related research was reportedly being carried out.
The book highlights that Dulles, whose hold over the CIA was weakened by the fiasco of the Bay of Pigs operations in Cuba, his brainchild, saw the President’s investigation as a critical threat to MJ-12’s power and prerogatives. Accordingly in September, before replying, he sent a memo to six other members of MJ-12 (the infamous “burned memo” rescued from destruction by a member of his personal staff after Angleton’s death) in which he asked them to respond before November 1961 giving their opinion on what was to be done to deal with “Lancer’s inquiries” which he pointed out significantly “we cannot allow”.
It is well known that “Lancer” was President Kennedy’s cryptonym in the Intelligence community. In his answer to him dated of November 5th, 1961, Dulles eluded the issue, alleging that security requirements did not allow him to disclose the activities of MJ-12 and that the rumors on UFOs were “soviet propaganda” though he conceded that some UFOs might be non-terrestrial in origin but added that they did not pose a military threat, a claim that has become a standard – though unproven – line in official statements from the American and other governments. On November 19th Dulles resigned under pressure from the President but not without leaving another classified document in the care of the counter-Intelligence chief, his confidant Angleton. That document refers cryptically to “Project Environment” and states that if the Government continues to hamper the growth of the “environment”, “it should be wet”. In CIA parlance, that is interpreted as a provision to kill and Salla concludes, like other researchers before him, that in effect Dulles laid the ground for assassinating a President whom he and his colleagues regarded as a traitor and a dangerous meddler into matters that were above his “need to know”.
Critics will allege that it is impossible to prove that Dulles indeed ordered JFK’s assassination through such an ambiguous document and that there is no evidence that such a decision, even if it was made, was motivated by the UFO issue since there were several other matters (the expanding Vietnam war, the powers of the Executive vs the Federal Reserve Board, relations with the USSR, Israel’s secret nuclear programme) over which Kennedy was in conflict with the Deep State that existed since the days of Truman at least.
The Israelis, according to some researchers such as Michael Piper Collins had good reasons to order the killing of a President opposed to their acquisition of atomic weapons and US military leaders faulted Kennedy for the failure of the Bay of Pigs invasion which had been planned under Eisenhower’s watch and of which he did not approve. Some on the Far Right accused him of being a Communist appeaser, unwilling to fight the Red takeover in Vietnam, as documented by Col. Fletcher Prouty, not without some justification as we will see further on. However the connection between JFK’s proven demands to gain full knowledge of the secret activities of MJ-12 and the CIA while cutting the latter down to size and the equally documented reactions from Dulles strongly suggests that a hidden war between the White House and the Secret Government was being waged over the UFO issue. Moreover, those who killed the 35th president may have had more than one reason to do so and it is significant that Angleton, seemingly entrusted by Dulles with the execution of his “termination” order, was in charge of both Counter Intelligence and Liaison with Israel’s Intelligence until his own retirement in 1975. He might hence have fulfilled two complementary agendas in one blow, so to speak.
In Chapter 6, Salla names the twelve members of MJ-12 in the year 1961 when the decision to kill JFK was apparently made under the protocols of “Project Environment”. By then several of the original members had retired or died and their successors are even harder to identify in view of the extreme secrecy of the programme. Among them, Edward Teller was reportedly MJ-2 and a few generals, Curtis LeMay, John Samford and Marshall Carter were then members along with eminent scientists Detlev Bronk and Donald Menzel and veteran Intelligence Operative Gordon Gray. The book makes an educated guess about the identities of the six (MJ-2 to MJ-7, listed as recipients in the heading) to whom Dulles’s memo about eliminating the President was sent.
Chapter 7 provides a fascinating insight into the initiatives taken by Kennedy in the years 1961 and 1962 to gain inside information about the UFO issues by circumventing Majestic and the CIA that had stonewalled him.
It is now known that his brother, Attorney General Robert Kennedy was extensively briefed on behalf of the President, by Colonel Philip Corso, head of the Army’s Foreign Technology Desk from 1960 to 1963, who had extensive knowledge of the Alien situation. Further there are unconfirmed reports, including references in a leaked CIA account for James Angleton of a wiretapped conversation between Marilyn Monroe and two friends, including society reporter Dorothy Killgallen that Kennedy had gone to a medical facility in a US military base in Florida, possibly Homestead AFB, to see alien bodies that were kept there.
Additionally on June 6, 1963 he visited, together with Vice-President Johnson the contiguous military bases of White Sands Missile Range (the home of many of the German scientists hosted through Project Paperclip), Fort Bliss and Holloman in New Mexico, in the vicinity of Roswell. According to investigator Tim Cooper, on his specific demand Kennedy was given a classified briefing on UFOs and the ET situation. Finally, the famous ET contactee George Adamski affirmed that he had been secretly received by the President at the White House in October 1961 and had conveyed to him a written message containing an invitation to meet with certain Alien envoys on board their craft at Desert Hot Springs in California. Adamski asserted that such a visit indeed took place shortly afterwards. When one takes into account the proven high degree of access enjoyed by Adamski in high places in those years, one cannot dismiss his testimony lightly. It has now been established that he was received privately by various heads of state and by Pope John XXII himself at the Vatican. They all took seriously his status as a messenger of visitors from other worlds.

The following chapter recapitulates the circumstances that led to Marilyn Monroe’s sudden death on August 5th, 1962, the day before she was supposed to give a “tell all” press conference, promising to reveal quite a few damaging secrets about the Kennedy administration and the private life of the President. By then, the Kennedy brothers had distanced themselves from her on the advice of FBI director Edgar Hoover who had warned that the disturbed actress was a security threat. Multiple witnesses have testified that the Attorney General visited the jilted and angry Star twice at her house on her last day, in the company of two secret service agents or police detectives. The general view is that Robert Kennedy had been given a mission from the President to convince her to keep the secrets he had unwittingly shared in her and in particular, to recover her “red diary” which allegedly contained many incriminating details of their relationship. It would appear that Marilyn was given a “sedative” injection which may accidentally or purposely caused her death and Salla concludes that the agent who performed may have been under CIA orders to compromise the Kennedys in order to ensure their silence. As a matter of fact, the red diary has never been officially found and Marilyn’s suspected secrets died with her. Both John and Robert Kennedy were to follow her in the grave within a few years.
Chapter 9 takes us to the central argument of the book: Kennedy’s last stand that resulted in his violent death in Dallas from what the 1979 Report of the House Select Committee on Assassination formally defined as “probably a conspiracy”, contrary to the whitewashing conclusions reached by the Warren Commission. Recently Robert Kennedy Jr. has said that the assassination of his uncle was likely carried out by a “rogue” faction of the CIA; that amounts to a polite verbal device to exonerate the highest authorities in the land, including Lyndon Johnson who seems from many accounts to have been a party to the murder plot as he was a zealous supporter of the “black” government and of the UFO secrecy it enforced.
Indeed, the major reason why Kennedy was killed, according to Salla was his commitment to enter into a comprehensive programme of cooperation with the USSR for arms control, scientific research and space exploration, as he stated as early as his inaugural address on January 20th 1961. Subsequently, after pledging to fight and limit government secrecy in a famous speech in April, from June 28, as we have seen, he issued the first of three successive National Security Action memoranda to release information related to space matters. Although his initial overture to Soviet Premier Khrushchev was shunned, Kennedy persisted and on September 20th, 1963 he gave a decisive speech to the UN General Assembly about his intent to cooperate with the USSR for space exploration. According to various inside sources, Khrushchev relented in his opposition on or around November October 11.
On the very next day, after holding a “hotline” conversation with him on the UFO problem, transcribed in a leaked NSA intercept, the American President issued National Security Action Memorandum 271 to the NASA administrator, James Webb, instructing him to prepare for cooperation with the Soviets and in parallel sent CIA Director McCone a top secret memo to order a “classification review of all the UFO Intelligence affecting National Security” which was to be submitted no later than February 1st 1964. That could be regarded as a frontal attack on the Majestic “black government” system and significantly, the leaked copy of the Memo bears a note at the bottom signed William Colby, then a Deputy Chief of the CIA (Far Eastern Division) saying “Angleton has MJ directive, 11/20/63”, which can be interpreted as referring to Dulles’s “Environment” contingency. The operation to kill the President, codenamed “The Big Event” according to veteran covert agent Howard Hunt, took place two days later and involved a few shadowy intermediaries and hitmen, including George de Mohrenschild, Cord Meyer, Clay Shaw Franck Sturgis, David Morales and, probably at a lower “Patsy” level Lee Harvey Oswald but the chain of command went all the way back to Majestic 12 through Vice-President Johnson.
President Kennedy’s murder appears in the light of Salla’s investigation even more ominous and consequential for American and global politics than is generally believed. It consecrated the takeover of the US State by an secret para-military and industrial unelected and unaccountable junta, capable not only of killing the head of state but also of controlling subsequent investigations in order to protect itself from exposure. Immune from any democratic or public oversight and mustering unlimited funding, the secret government has been able to develop under a cloak of secrecy a colossal technological and scientific infrastructure, partly on the strength of its access to at least one very advanced alien civilization, mostly for its own strategic and financial benefit. Although many of the breakthroughs achieved by that clandestine privatized system have since percolated down to our civilian economy as attested by the technological revolution of the last few decades, it is highly probable that the most life-changing discoveries are still hidden away in the dark folds of the military industrial complex as Ben Rich, the former head of the Lockheed Corp’s Skunkworks department openly confessed not long before his death.
Robert Kennedy, the former Attorney General, conducted his own private investigation of his brother’s murder fifty years ago, and reached a startling conclusion. The assassination was conducted by a rogue faction of the CIA. Despite his power as Attorney General, Kennedy was unable to expose the killers and ultimately suffered a similar fate almost five years later during the 1968 Presidential elections.
Robert Kennedy’s conclusion was revealed for the first time by his son in an interview by Charlie Rose on January 11, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Robert Kennedy, Jnr., when asked whether his father believed it was the Mafia, or Cuban exiles that assassinated his uncle, responded as follows:
KENNEDY: I think my father was fairly convinced at the end of that that there had been involvement by somebody …
ROSE: Organized crime, Cubans …
KENNEDY: Or rogue CIA …
So who was behind this “rogue” CIA faction, and was it truly acting alone?
According to the final installment of a four part Special Edition series from ExoNews TV, the rogue CIA faction was in fact controlled by the CIA’s counterintelligence chief, James Jesus Angleton. Angleton was following a secret set of directives given to him by a classified UFO control group called Majestic-12, in case anyone in the Kennedy administration threatened to expose their operations.
President Kennedy’s 1963 efforts to end the Cold War, cooperate with the USSR on joint space missions, and share classified UFO files with the Soviets, created a showdown with Majestic-12. Kennedy’s explosive Top Secret memo to McCone was relayed by William Colby, then Chief of the CIA’s Far East Division, to James Angleton in CIA counterintelligence. In response to Kennedy’s memo, Angleton would implement “Project Environment”, a cryptic assassination directive crafted by former CIA Director, Allen Dulles, in late 1961, if Majestic-12 operations were threatened with exposure. The trigger for implementing the directive was a demand by the Kennedy administration for the CIA to release its classified UFO files to NASA.
Robert Kennedy’s startling conclusion from his own private investigation of his brother’s murder is a powerful endorsement of evidence that a powerful “rogue” faction from the CIA was responsible. Tomorrow is the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s ground breaking policy of space cooperation with the Soviet Union and plans for a joint mission to the moon. Kennedy released National Security Action Memorandum (NSAM) 271 on November 12, 1963, that required NASA’s administrator, James Webb, to share sensitive national security information with its equivalent Soviet space agency. More dramatic was another memorandum, allegedly authorized by Kennedy and issued the same day, that required the CIA Director, John McCone, to share classified UFO files with NASA, the State Department, and eventually the Soviet Union.

Salla is director of the Exopolitics Institute, which studies UFO and extraterrestrial phenomena from the standpoint of how we can penetrate the veil of secrecy drawn by governments over the massive amount of UFO/ET contact that has reportedly taken place worldwide over the past seven decades. Timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Salla’s most recent book is Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’s Assassination. In this book, Dr. Salla links two mysteries: UFO/ET contact, which, to those who follow the research, is familiar territory, and the assassination of JFK on November 22, 1963, by parties as yet unknown. The question Dr. Salla addresses is whether there is a link between the two; more specifically, whether there is a connection between MJ-12, the secret governmental unit first set up by President Harry Truman to control information deriving from alleged UFO crashes at Roswell and elsewhere in the late 1940s, and the killing of JFK in Dallas, Texas, over a decade later.
By now we know that the JFK assassination was a watershed in history. We know too, as the House Select Committee on Assassinations concluded in 1978, that, contrary to the Warren Commission report, the deed was likely the result of a conspiracy. Since JFK was killed, with a major escalation in Vietnam following, the U.S. has increasingly fallen under the influence of policies oriented toward extreme militarism and intervention through force of arms around the world. But much of this has been orchestrated from behind the scenes. We know too that Kennedy opposed secretive government and was taking steps to rein it in. But the cloak-and-dagger operatives fought back. By tracing a paper trail through both public and leaked government documents, Dr. Salla tracks down a sequence of events, communications, and decisions related to the JFK murder that leads directly to the CIA.
Early in this sequence came decisions by the top echelons of government that UFO/ET contact information would be kept hidden from the public. The motives for this were complex, though they were part of a broader movement to set up a hidden policy and operations machine that worked in the dark, allowing the president and his advisers to maintain a distance of “plausible deniability” with respect to major decisions affecting the nation and mankind.
The story of how Truman authorized the creation of the CIA, NSA, and other secretive units for these purposes is well-known. What is less understood is whether and how an even more clandestine organization called MJ-12 came into being specifically to manage UFO/ET information and to oversee the adaptation of scientific knowledge deriving from UFO/ET contacts for national security purposes, including the development of spacecraft and weapons of extremely advanced design and performance. Helping with this were to be the German scientists spirited out of Nazi Germany after World War II under “Operation Paperclip” that UFO/ET researchers believe had already begun to utilize this technology.
Not everyone in the government was on-board with the approach leading to total secrecy. One figure who favored more openness was, according to Dr. Salla and other UFO researchers, Secretary of Defense James Forrestal, one of the original members of MJ-12, who allegedly committed suicide by jumping from a window at Bethesda Naval Hospital where he had been locked up. Tracking the assertions of whistleblower William “Bill” Cooper, who was shot and killed by local police at his Arizona home in November 2001, Salla cites the account whereby Forrestal was actually thrown to his death by operatives who wanted to silence him. Modern research discloses that Forrestal may have been killed due to his opposition to U.S. recognition of Israel.
It was through Forrestal, a former Secretary of the Navy, that JFK enters the story. When he first joined the service during World War II, JFK, the son of Ambassador to Great Britain Joe Kennedy, became closely associated with Forrestal to the point of their becoming personal friends and confidants. Also, both Forrestal and the Kennedy family were Irish Catholics. It was then, Dr.Salla writes, that JFK acquired an interest in the emergent UFO/ET phenomenon.
Under President Dwight D. Eisenhower, elected in 1952, the secret government grew in resources, power, and influence. The CIA became the focal point, with Allen Dulles, who became director of central intelligence in 1953, the key figure. Dulles also succeeded Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoeter, Dr. Salla says, as head of MJ-12. Another name which crops up around this time was that of Nelson Rockefeller, described by Dr. Salla as intimate with Eisenhower and in charge of reorganizing the government along lines favored by the Republican Party. Part of this structuring was the turning over of key elements of foreign policy to the CIA through which clandestine operations began to run amok in the mid-1950s, including the overthrow of governments in Iran and Guatemala. While all this was going on, Eisenhower’s primary interests seemed to be playing golf and visiting his farm outside Gettysburg.
The UFO/ET literature is full of accounts of Eisenhower’s own contacts with representatives of other worlds, which Dr. Salla reprises to some extent. But Eisenhower was fully a party to keeping the public from knowing anything of substance. And despite an apparent attempt to gain information about what was going on at CIA-controlled secret sites in Nevada, Eisenhower never had any control over what MJ-12 or the CIA were doing. When he gave his famous public warning against the growing power of the “military-industrial complex” just before leaving office in 1961, it was far too little and far too late. JFK was left holding the bag in inheriting this potentially disastrous situation.
The die was cast. After the Bay of Pigs fiasco through which JFK learned the extent to which the CIA could lie, even to the commander-in-chief, Allen Dulles was forced from office. According to Dr. Salla, before his departure Dulles gave a secret order for JFK to be eliminated that was passed on to the CIA’s counterintelligence chief James Jesus Angleton for implementation. Dr. Salla provides photocopies of the implicating documents, though their authenticity is obviously difficult to prove. The deed was done two years later, with the research of past decades indicating that it was likely coordinated by the CIA which utilized hired killers from organized crime and the Cuban exile community, with cover provided by Lyndon B. Johnson, the military, and the FBI.
Whether JFK was killed specifically, as Dr. Salla intimates, because he was too close to uncovering the secrets of MJ-12 and its plethora of “black” projects related to UFO/ET-derived technology is interesting to consider but difficult to isolate. Certainly the CIA and those who controlled it hated JFK enough to want to get rid of him, given his vision for an America that was open, honest, and supportive of human aspirations around the globe. Such a vision was definitely not part of the psychology of people who essentially want to enslave mankind to a society based on violence and corporate exploitation. That alone may have been sufficient to set the murder plot in motion. In other words, by the time JFK became president, the secret government was controlled by fascists and had a fascist agenda. He was not one of them, so “bam-bam.”
But there may be even larger issues that Dr. Salla may want to explore in future works which have been hinted at by some UFO researchers. One question that may be asked is who controls the controllers? For instance, who does the CIA work for? It is impossible to believe that the bureaucrats sitting at their desks at Langley or other clandestine agencies make their own decisions about what people to assassinate, what countries to subvert, what governments to overthrow, or whether to perpetrate events like 911.
In tracing the history, we return to the figure of Nelson Rockefeller, who, as Dr. Salla points out, was so integral to Eisenhower’s intent to reorganize the federal government along corporatist lines in the 1950s. Another name is Nelson’s brother David Rockefeller, in charge of the family’s banking wing. We know that David Rockefeller was a bitter foe of JFK’s economic policies, and we know that Henry Kissinger, so closely linked to various CIA plots involving Indonesia and elsewhere in the 1970s, was a Rockefeller family protégé. So was Federal Reserve chairman Paul Volcker, who initiated the recession of 1980 that threw the presidency from Jimmy Carter to Ronald Reagan in a coup that led to the greatest military build-up since World War II and lay the groundwork for the era of endless wars in the Middle East and elsewhere that has become such a scourge today.
Note too that part of the “Reagan Revolution” was the diversion of vast resources to the development of space-based weapons, including directed-energy, particle-beam, and laser weapons under Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative or “Star Wars” program. Even though SDI was terminated after the space shuttle Challenger disaster deprived planners of their orbital testing platform, research and development continued. One such weapon could have been mounted in a military cargo plan and used against the Twin Towers in New York on September 11, 2001. That a directed-energy weapon was used can fairly be concluded by the most recent reported research. Was this too part of the high-tech arsenal developed covertly by utilizing UFO/ET-derived scientific knowledge, aided perhaps by information acquired when the FBI confiscated the working papers of Nikola Tesla after he passed away in a lonely Manhattan hotel room in 1943?
Returning to the Rockefeller connection, some would say further that the Rockefellers were only a part, though an important one, of a larger worldwide conspiracy overseen by the Bilderbergers and the Illuminati. Others would go even further in linking these groups, along with the international financial cabal they control, to extraterrestrial sources of evil, known variously in the literature as the reptilians, the Crusaders of Orion, the Empire, the Others, the Archons, or the Prince of Evil himself. There are also those, myself included, who say that we are living in a time when planet Earth is in the process of Ascension, whereby humanity is poised to move into a new era known from the Book of Revelation as the “New Earth.”
According to this view, the agents of evil cited above are now engaged in one last gigantic attempt to postpone the inevitable before they themselves are cast down into oblivion. The psychic atmosphere of anger and angst they have engendered lays on humanity like a shroud. As horrendous is the karmic load laid upon themselves by those people who have bought into the culture of death that the secret government has engendered. I include in this the makers of many contemporary Hollywood movies.
The evil ones are being opposed by the “good angels” I call the Aeons, who are guiding us to a better future. Working through certain extraterrestrials, such as the Nordics or The Nine, the Aeons have prevented nuclear war, brought the internet into being to help people communicate globally, and are working through many teachers and groups to bring peace, calm, love, and forgiveness to the fore. This war between good and evil for the fate and soul of Earth and humanity has been raging at fever pitch for a couple of centuries now. JFK and others like him have been martyrs to this war but in the end will triumph in spirit. Other martyrs I have treated in my own writing were the seven Challenger astronauts that NASA killed in their haste to do the bidding of their political masters by launching flawed machinery for dubious ends.
In standing up to the CIA, MJ-12, and the military, JFK proved himself to be a hero for the ages. If only other presidents since JFK had done the same, modern history would have been far different. These presidents and their relationship to the secret government have been as follows:
Lyndon B. Johnson—complicit in the plot to kill JFK; became president as a result.
Richard M. Nixon—loose cannon who was removed from office by the CIA set-up known as Watergate.
Gerald Ford—member of the Warren Commission; installed as president as a “safe” place-holder.
Jimmy Carter—a Rockefeller protégé but with a disturbing degree of conscience; removed from office by various covert ops, including the 1980 recession and the Iran hostage crisis.
Ronald Reagan—ideal front man for takeover of society by the secret government and their banking allies; having failed to assassinate him, the CIA still kept him under tight control.
George H.W. Bush—ringleader from the CIA inner circle but a “Bozo” as president.
Bill Clinton—while governor of Arkansas, told by a CIA operative they had decided to make him president; they did, and Clinton did as he was told; became completely ineffective after the CIA entrapped him through the Monica Lewinsky affair.
George W. Bush—totally without qualifications; trotted out to cover-up 9/11 and start new Middle East wars; Federal Reserve kept his administration afloat financially by creating housing bubble.
Barack Obama—equally without qualifications; trotted out to cover-up a final New World Order triumph that may be intended to take place in the near future but which the Aeons are unlikely to allow; meanwhile, American society is collapsing at every level, with the secret government stoking the flames by fomenting the phony Tea Party rebellion.
So congratulations to Dr. Michael Salla in moving our knowledge of JFK and his role in the deeper history of our time further along in such a courageous and coherent manner. There are many indications that the CIA has waned in its influence in the last couple of decades, though its power may have been supplanted by units within the nether regions of the Pentagon and/or other agencies, including the Mossad. Nevertheless, Dr. Salla’s book Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’s Assassinationis a must-read in furthering our understanding of these tremendously important themes and events. The human drama set in motion in Dealey Plaza is far from over.

Testimony was given by airline and military pilots, FAA administrators, police officers, nuclear missile launch commanders, a former NASA astronaut – Dr. Edgar Mitchell and the former Canadian Minister of Defence and Deputy Prime Minister the Hon. Paul Hellyer.
In a final summation statement Gravel said: “If it’s out there – if it’s real – we have a right to know.”
During an earlier interview he stated – after his own research and the hearing’s 30 hours of witness testimony: “The government of the United States is in total denial of this [the UFO/ET issue].”
Gravel maintains the US Congress will avoid official hearings on the UFO/ET matter because of the political risks involved. He further stated that: ” [T]he White House – that they don’t know anything about it – that they don’t have any files – that’s an out-right lie.”
Gravel was very clear in his assessment that military officials who were involved in the cover-up – specifically during the Roswell incident were intimidated and forced to sign non-disclosure agreements.
These interviews of military officials and renowned researchers will remain as overwhelming evidence that the UFO/ET matter has been discussed, analyzed and sequestered at the highest levels of governance on the planet. Gravel added: “The nature of the military and the nature of those in power in this country is they have a perception totally towards secrecy.”

Just before the start of his first term on January 20, 1993, President-Elect Clinton made a strange request to close family friend and lawyer Webster Hubbell: “If I put you over there in justice I want you to find the answer to two questions for me: One, who killed JFK. And two, are there UFOs.” According to Hubbell, “Clinton was dead serious.” The key to unlocking the mystery of President Kennedy’s assassination and a possible UFO connection lie in events that occurred 18 years earlier in post-war Germany.
In the summer of 1945, John F. Kennedy was a guest of Navy Secretary James Forrestal in a post-war tour of Germany. Kennedy personally witnessed technological secrets that have still not been disclosed to the general public. These secrets stemmed from technologies that Nazi Germany had acquired from around the world, and were attempting to develop for their weapons programs. The advanced technologies stunned the military government running the U.S. zone of occupied Germany. How did the Nazis develop them? The answer according to the father of German rocket design, Herman Oberth, shocked U.S. military officials. The Nazis had help from “the people of others worlds” – some of the technologies were extraterrestrial in origin.
In searching for answers to who killed President Kennedy we need to start with the death of his mentor, James Forrestal in 1949. Forrestal became the first Secretary of Defense in 1947, a position he held until March, 1949. Forrestal was a visionary who thought Americans had a right to know about the existence of extraterrestrial life and technologies. Forrestal was sacked by President Truman because he was revealing the truth to various officials, including Kennedy who was a Congressman at the time. Forrestal’s ideals and vision inspired Kennedy, and laid the seed for what would happen 12 years later.
After winning the 1960 Presidential election, Kennedy learned a shocking truth from President Eisenhower. The control group set up to run highly classified extraterrestrial technologies, Majestic-12, had become a rogue government agency. Eisenhower warned Kennedy that Majestic-12 had to be reined in. It posed a direct threat to American liberties and democratic processes. Kennedy followed Eisenhower’s advice, and set out to realize James Forrestal’s vision. The same forces that orchestrated Forrestal’s death, opposed Kennedy’s efforts at every turn. When Kennedy was on the verge of succeeding, by forcing the CIA to share classified UFO information with other government agencies on November 12, 1963, he was assassinated ten days later.

This week President Barack Obama personally leads an attempt to persuade the US Congress to authorize a US militarily attack against the Syrian regime in response to a chemical weapons attack on rebel held areas in Damascus on August 21. Casualties range from 355 to 1729 dead, with three times as many being injured in the attack. Obama lays responsibility squarely at the regime of Bashar al-Assad. Obama claims intelligence sources confirm with ‘high confidence” that the attack was launched by the regime even if Assad did not give the order. This is reflected in a German Intelligence report that has just emerged that suggests that the attack was conducted by government forces without Assad’s approval.
For many military analysts and independent observers the timing of the attack raises many troubling questions for the scenario depicted by Obama. Why would the Assad regime resort to chemical weapons when it was winning the war using conventional forces? Also, why would the regime launch chemical weapons during a visit by United Nations chemical weapons inspectors? According to US Ambassador Samantha Powers, the attack was timed to show the contempt of the Assad regime to international norms, and its intent to increasingly use chemical weapons.
Not so according to the majority of alternative media sources. The consensus that has quickly emerged is that it was Syrian rebels themselves that launched a chemical weapons attack on rebel held suburbs in Damascus Syria in a false flag attack to provoke Western military intervention. What both President Obama’s administration and the alternative media are not considering is a shadowy “Third Force” operating in Syria. There is evidence that a “Third Force” is operating in Syria that plans to decimate Damascus for an otherworldly “exopolitical” agenda.
Let me begin by describing this shadowy “Third Force” which can also be described as the “Hidden Hand” of both world politics and the relatively new field of exopolitics. The “Hidden Hand Dialogue” is a set of questions and answers given by a self-described Illuminati insider and members of the Above Top Secret Forum that was recorded in October 2008. The insider responds to questions in a sincere and consistent way, and reveals valuable information about the secret control mechanisms used by an elite group of insiders s/he calls “The Family”. S/he wrote:
I am a generational member of a Ruling Bloodline Family… Our Lineage can be traced back beyond antiquity. From the earliest times of your recorded “history”, and beyond, our Family has been ‘directing’ the ‘play’ from behind the scenes, in one way or another.
Among the many insights s/he gives is that the leadership of the family is very much aligned with a group of extraterrestrials that has been on Earth for millennia:
I want to be clear on this Bloodline issue. The ones you know, they are of earthly lineage. Yes, they have their place in the Family, but the Real Power lines, do not originate from this planet.
This echoes the apocryphal Book of Epoch where a band of 200 fallen angels/extraterrestrials arrived on Earth and mate with humanity to create a new bloodline of ruling elites – the Nephilim.
Preston James has just written an article on Veteran’s Today describing the Luciferian extraterrestrial aspects of this “Third Force:”
Some credible insiders have claimed that most top world leaders have had to enter into a contract with the Third Force which is really lucifer, the fallen one, the great deceiver of mankind, who has presented himself as the Annunaki Master Controller Chief Alien ET which is claimed to be an an inter-generational, inter-dimensional entity that is manipulating the world according to his alien ET agenda.
The Hidden Hand gave detailed answers to questions, and made some predictions. Among these was the following: “Damascus, will be uninhabitable by the end of 2010, possibly even sooner…”
Significantly, Benjamin Fulford, a former Asia Pacific Bureau chief for Forbes Magazine, claims that someone with connections to what he describes as a “criminal cabal” made a threat in September 2011 that “Damascus would be made ‘uninhabitable.’” There’s no evidence that Fulford was aware of what the Hidden Hand had predicted back in 2008, so it’s a curious coincidence that the same language was used for claiming that Damascus would become uninhabitable at some point by a mysterious group of individuals with great power behind the scenes.
In 2008, such a prediction appeared very fanciful, and indeed did not occur by the predicted date. Fulford’s similar prediction did not have a timeline but clearly suggested that the coming devastation was to be contrived by the Third Force/criminal cabal. Now, however, we are witnessing the Syrian capital of Damascus being slowly destroyed in an expanding civil war where indiscriminate aerial bombing and artillery force was initially used by the government as reported by independent organizations such as Amnesty International.
As the Assad regime continued its use of indiscriminate force to cow its opponents into submission and punish civilians supporting the opposition, it’s not unrealistic to assume that Assad would eventually resort to chemical weapons as he lost control of densely populated urban areas. In retaliation, rebel units could themselves use chemical weapons they have gained access to against regime forces and areas, as Assad’s regime is now claiming. If chemical weapons were used in a large scale in Syria’s capital by opposing forces, then Damascus could indeed become uninhabitable in the not too distant future.
The tide of the war, however, changed dramatically for the Assad regime with an influx of Hezbollah fighters from Lebanon and Quds Force volunteers from Iran. Cities and territory that had been held by rebel forces for months began to fall starting with the border town of Qusayr in April 2013. So why would Assad resort now to the use of chemical weapons in Syria’s capital city? He most likely didn’t as some press reports are now claiming. Nor is it feasible that the rebels themselves would target a rebel held area thereby dealing themselves a significant tactical military setback. The most likely culprit is therefore a shadowy Third Force calling itself “The Family” that desires to escalate the conflict in Syria and fulfill its own prophesy that Damascus would become uninhabitable.
The ultimate fate of Damascus will be a sign that the revelations of the Hidden Hand and Benjamin Fulford were accurate – the Earth has been controlled by a “Family” or “Criminal Cabal” of ruling bloodlines with enormous power behind the scenes that manipulates both sides in international conflicts. A book by William Bramley, the Gods of Eden, traces how the Third Force – he calls them “the custodians” – has historically manipulated both sides of conflicts to achieve its long term goals. Numerous witness reports suggest that most visiting extraterrestrials, however, are not part of the Third Force, and in fact are in conflict with them. According to multiple contactees and the Book of Enoch, the Third Force was a criminal band of extraterrestrials banished to Earth millennia ago.
President Obama’s attempt to persuade the US Congress to authorize military force against Assad’s regime is facing heavy resistance and may fail. More people than ever have become educated by the alternative news media about false flag events, and strongly suspect that the chemical weapons attack in Ghouta, Damascus was indeed a false flag operation. It was not however an attack launched by the Assad regime or by the rebels who both had no clear interest in authorizing such an attack. Instead, ultimate responsibility lies with the Third Force which explicitly mentioned years ago that Damascus would in future suffer from calamitous events that would make it uninhabitable. We are very likely witnessing the beginning of a chain of events that may fulfill this dire prophesy. However, the power of the alternative media to educate the general public about false flag events and a historic extraterrestrial presence (exopolitics) is a positive development. It may culminate in the planned chain of destructive events in Damascus involving chemical weapons and U.S. intervention not occurring. There is good reason to believe that the power of the Third Force to manipulate humanity’s fate is being increasingly exposed, and will eventually come to an end.
CIA has admitted for the first time that Area 51 exists by officially acknowledging it by name in a document released through the Freedom of Information Act. Major media networks today gave wide coverage to the CIA admission that Area 51 is real. The CIA document was released to Jeffrey Richelson, a Senior Fellow at the National Security Archive, George Washington University who requested further information on the history of the U-2 Spy Plane. In the document, the CIA acknowledges that Area 51 was chosen due to the suitability of the Groom Lake dry sand flat for testing secret spy planes. What the CIA document didn’t mention was another dry lake bed nearby, Papoose Lake, which is only 12 miles away. According to whistleblowers, this is the location of an even more secretive facility called S-4 where a variety of saucer shaped spacecraft are tested and reverse engineered. This is the facility named by Bob Lazar in 1989 who briefly worked there, and disclosed all to George Knapp in a series of interviews for Las Vegas television station KLAS. S-4 is where you will find alien spacecraft and even live extraterrestrials according to Lazar and other whistleblowers.
According to the document released by the CIA, The Central Intelligence Agency and Overhead Reconnaissance: The U-2 and Oxcart Programs, Area 51 was discovered in April 12, 1955 during an overflight and landing at Groom Lake located near the Nevada (Atomic) Test Site. The document authors, Gregory Pedlow and Donald Welzenbach, wrote that no less than the U.S. President officially approved the building of the secret facilities at Area 51: “President Eisenhower also approved the addition of this strip of wasteland, known by its map designation as Area 51, to the Nevada Test Site.”
… marks an end of official secrecy about the facts of Area 51. It opens up the possibility that future accounts of this and other aerial projects will be less redacted, more fully explained in terms of their presence in Area 51.
What Richelson doesn’t mention, along with the authors of the CIA document, is another facility nearby at Papoose Lake. This is where the whistleblower Bob Lazar claims to have been taken after flying to Area 51 from Las Vegas on a JANET flight – an air shuttle for Area 51 workers. Lazar claims to have personally seen up to nine different flying saucer type craft, some of which were alien in origin. Lazar worked on the propulsion system and was paid by an unacknowledged branch of the US Navy called the Department of Naval Intelligence. Lazar eventually decided to go public, and become a whistleblower. His interviews with George Knapp from KLAS-TV became world famous, and put Area 51 on the map for UFO investigators.
More recently, in May 2013, a retired CIA agent going by the pseudonym ‘Kewper’ gave video testimony before six retired members of the US Congress about an incident involving President Eisenhower requesting information and access to the S-4 facility in 1958. It appears that in the three years or so since the building of Area 51 and the adjacent S-4 facility, that the managers of S-4 decided to withhold information about what was happening there. Eisenhower had to threaten to invade S-4 with the US First Army before its managers decided to share classified information with him. According to the CIA agent, the S-4 facility housed a number of extraterrestrial space vehicles along with a captured live alien that he personally saw. His CIA boss, along with other agents, even got to directly interview the live alien. In 1997, a whistleblower using the pseudonym Victor, released a video of a live alien being interviewed at S-4.
The official acknowledgement by the CIA that Area 51 exists is welcome advance in getting the CIA to release information about secret aviation projects near Groom Lake. However, the testimony by Lazar, Kewper and others suggests that Area 51 is not where the most classified projects take place. Area 51 is a convenient cover for even more secretive advanced aviation programs housed at S-4 at the nearby Papoose Lake. The CIA is only telling a half-truth that you won’t find any extraterrestrial technologies or alien beings at Area 51 according to Lazar and others. It is at the nearby S-4 facility next to Papoose Lake where alien spacecraft and their pilots can be found.
“When UFOs Appear, National News Agencies Fall Silent…” Terry Hansen
Very few if any books written about the mass media and the UFO cover-up display the insight and hard hitting critical analysis as that provided by Terry Hansen in his book The Missing Times – NEWS MEDIA COMPLICITY IN THE UFO COVER-UP.
Although it was published nearly 14 years ago Hansen’s research has withstood the test of time by sustaining and keeping relevant the incestuous relationship that exists between the American intelligence agency infrastructure and the news media.
Hansen describes it best when he quotes Joseph DeTrani, former CIA Director of public affairs:
“In many cases, we (the CIA) have persuaded reporters to postpone, change, hold or even scrap stories that could have adversely affected national security interests…”
Hansen uses an enthralling assortment of examples to illustrate how the US military and its co-terminus intelligence agencies have constructed a well-orchestrated political strangle-hold on the news. He graphically depicts how exquisite governmental manipulation of public perception is used to under-mind democracy while at the same time deftly sustain the facade of a free press. This theme flows consistently through his work.
President Kennedy – A Media Master
Hansen uses President Kennedy’s interaction with the New York Times as a classic exemplar of government and media complicity.
Little known to the public, President John Kennedy cleverly attempted to utilize covert censorship when he contrived to restrain Times publisher Orvil Dryfoos from publishing details of a controversial CIA program to recruit and train Cuban exiles in Guatemala for what eventually became the disaster known as the Bay of Pigs invasion. Kennedy’s glowing and almost saint-like persona would have been severely tarnished had this kind of news been allowed to seep into the public domain. Moreover, the political price Kennedy would have had to pay had the Times not complied was reason enough to impose his will on Dryfoos.
In another startling revelation Hansen also reveals that during the development of the atomic bomb in the 1940’s, government and military and government officials contrived to have the media communicate to an unwitting public that the horrendously huge first test of the A-bomb was a ‘munitions dump explosion’ that caused little or no damage and; that claims by some journalists about radiation poisoning were nonsense – both as it turned out were blatant government lies.
Somehow they got away with it. Eventually this kind of historical deception in journalism has become an accepted way of doing business among those in the media and between the government interests they are persuaded to protect.
Katherine Graham – A Media Mistress
In altering public opinion by manipulating facts and perceptions over the decades, it has become almost impossible to distinguish the truth from treachery. Regrettably this kind of complicity between the news media and the American political system has continued unabated for decades. It leads any inquiring mind to question the kind of ‘democracy’ we really have – or, even more disturbingly – is there a democracy at all? Hansen provides more specific clarity on this point with a poignant illustration that many may feel borders on sedition.
The one-time matriarch of the American press industry Katherine Graham is quoted as saying, before select members of the CIA, “There are some things the general public does not need to know and shouldn’t.”
This kind of editorial philosophy by a leading American newspaper should be of real concern to the American public.
Hansen goes on to quote Graham in the same address – “I believe democracy flourishes when the government can take legitimate steps to keep its secrets and when the press can decide whether to print what it knows.” This unambiguous statement by a media giant does more than imply complicity between government and media – it guarantees it!
Members of the press who may read Hansen’s work might need to pause to re-assess their role as journalists when they hear one of their own describe how those in the upper echelons of government and media contrive to control the news and succeed at institutionalizing it. The question occurs to this author – what was Katherine Graham doing talking to the CIA in the first place?
Methods of Media Mendacity
As Hansen discusses later in his book, it is of little surprise that US intelligence agency’s propensity to feign disinterest in the UFO phenomenon gives mainstream press carte-blanche to do exactly the same. Even though some foreign news agencies do a fine job of exposing UFO related stories – the powerful American mainstream media seems to be able to pulls its influential trump card to manage UFO news – thus keeping foreign press stories on UFOs from reaching international wire services.
Hansen suggests several methods have been and are used to manage news about UFOs: recruiting influential journalists, monitoring and intercepting UFO-related news, instilling fear through the film industry about ‘evil aliens’, surveillance of UFO organizations, propaganda, misleading information or disinformation or, recruitment of influential people as media spokespersons to name a few.
Hansen goes into great detail to illustrate how these strategies are regularly used to pummel UFO news or evidence of it into oblivion so that no reputable news agency will touch it.
The result is a woefully uniformed and indolent citizenry that ensures the success of an institutionalized form of control through mendacity and complicity.
Hansen also goes to great lengths in pointing out that some of the historical media-control strategies used to manipulate public opinion during the second world war, the war in Vietnam and the Gulf war were re-cycled to tackle the ‘new media-menace’ called UFOs and extraterrestrials. The fact that the UFO issue has never become the massive mainstream story of the century is a testament to the success and over-all effectiveness of these strategies.
Monster Media-Machine
Ultimately what we learn from Hansen’s research is that this mendacity has created a two headed monster media-machine; one funded by tax dollars and one funded by billions in commercial advertising revenues.
We also learn how large corporate-media interests are permitted, in an unrestrained manner, to flood or dilute the essence of the political and national security implications of the UFO matter with fantasy, delusion and, what many call – the ‘giggle-factor’. Fundamentally the UFO issue is the most openly talked-about government secret in history – yet few in the public domain take it seriously.
Under these nearly perfect set of circumstances Hansen depicts why there is little wonder the authentic nature of the UFO phenomenon has virtually no chance of ever being fully disclosed in American mass media.

Hansen goes on to suggest news stories about UFOs circulate with vigour within American intelligence channels. Hansen’s assertion is clearly corroborated by many UFO analysts who have often written about how validated information about UFOs is routinely supplanted by stories on terrorist bombings, war in the Middle-East or the waist size of Jennifer Aniston.
Routinely, the general public satiates itself on a feast of celebrity trivia, the banality of local news and the tireless on-slot of an expensive war economy. With little or no resistance, this news media-monster has come to life. It tramples on the US constitution by employing obfuscation, diversion and censorship as key tools in the dumbing-down of public awareness.
This is the world of the American news consumer – and quite frankly – they seem to gleefully accept it all as a way of life.
The Hansen Alternative
In The Missing Times Terry Hansen reminds us that all information – regardless of how unpalatable or uncomfortable it may be, must be accessible by the public. This is especially true when the source and holder of this information is the elected body known as the ‘government of the people and by the people’. Any other standard for or use of information that restricts the public’s right-to-know is an abrogation of authority and an illegitimate use of power.
Most if not all of Hansen’s book is quite familiar territory to UFO researchers and analysts. However to those unfamiliar with the UFO issue or with the historical techniques used by military and intelligence agencies to control public perceptions about everything from weapons of mass destruction to Monsanto’s influence within the American pharmaceutical industry, what Terry Hansen has to say about government/media complicity may appear quite unbelievable even mind-boggling to the average consumer of news who accepts at face value what the media spews out on a daily basis.
Hansen offers a thoroughly different worldview.
For those who may wish to venture beyond the edge of the worldview of Nightly News, Dancing with the Stars, Kate and William’s baby and who might win the World Series, Terry Hansen has drawn a picture of an alternative, uncomfortable yet very authentic new worldview about our place in the universe – among off-world civilizations who are knocking at our door and, more importantly – why the US government and media refuse to answer the door. The adventure of reading this powerful and professionally researched work by an accredited journalist is as energizing as it is painless for those who wish to know more than what’s on TV or Facebook.
As one reads Hansen’s entire work, the complicity of the diversionary brand journalism he describes so articulately becomes readily apparent in the very first chapter. The careful reader will discover two essential ideas from Hansen’s analysis. First, the UFO cover-up is real and second – the truth is free – not open to negotiation, attack or control by elite factions that seek to define reality for their own purposes.
In its infancy, the press served to protect such attacks on the truth. As the watch-dog for the people the press at one time exposed and challenged attempts by government to control news.
According to Terry Hansen – it appears this is no longer the case.

I agree with Dr. Michael Salla. This is the begining of a new phase in Exopolitics. It’s time to become more active in Galactic Diplomacy. At the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure (which took place at the National Press Club in Washington, DC with high professionalism, honor, heroism and quality) the former U.S. congressmen and consgresswomen that heard and questioned the highly credible witnesses and researchers (between April 29 and May 3rd) basically suggested that one or more Latin American countries (already possessing more flexible and open UFO research attitudes than the U.S. oficial position of blank denial and suppression) could -as members of the United Nations- request to the UN: 1) The establishment of a permanent research office to investigate all aspects not only of “UFOs” as a curious, anomalous, statistical phenomenon but also the social, political, cultural, scientific implications of a (varied) intelligent extraterrestrial presence active throughout the globe and affecting every nation in one way or another. 2) An International (UFO Extraterrestrial Presence-Exopolitical) Conference to deal with this matter more seriously and to establish its credibility and importance among other world political leaders, cultural leaders, scientists, religious leaders, etc. In my view, these proposals will be successfully accomplished only in relation to every demonstration of increased cooperation among countries (leaders and citizens) which have not always had a relationship of complete trust and have tended to see themselves as potential enemies positioning themselves under competing geo-strategic alliances. The ET presence/Exopolitics will demand greater, step-by-step united world efforts helping us to overcome nationalist differences. It’s a new series of challenges to become a more mature, cosmic civilization.
Attorney Daniel Sheehan also suggested to include the idea that, since technologies have been withheld from countries even if these could diminish the effects of global problems like Global Warming which seriously threatens member states (specially island nations), there would be grounds for the UN to become more active in extraterrestrial issues. I suggested the Maldives as a posible partner for the Latin American countries willing to act alone or in unison in the UN on this matters because one of its democratically elected presidents has been quite active in anti Greenhouse gasses legislation and might be interested in alternative tech. However, I think that some of the ET technology acquired through retro-engineering might be fine to reveal to the whole world but those elements that imply a greater level of maturity to handle with safety and which should not fall into violent or extremist hands should be withheld until humanity starts functioning under more evolved, inclusive or integral worldviews. Nonetheless, this research should be overseen and not allowed to be misused. Thus, education (especially on the nature of reality and derived ethics) is paramount to long term success. People should know that both science and religión don’t have to be destroyed but expanded and deepened. People should know that human life can be improved with knowledge of cosmic principles.
The problem would be 1) Latin American leaders becoming well-informed to be able to seriously recognizing the importance of the situation so as to set aside their local and regional differences and work to understand a global situation. While many leaders are noble in purpose, many still maintain the old tradition of taking advantage of others and of competing against each other by any means. They need vision and realizing that their worldviews do not correspond anymore to the many global problems we are facing. 2) Unity of purpose for a noble cause among these leaders. It would be easier and more expedited if the presidents of these nations took the initiative at the UN rather than proposing this to their respective congresses and start a slow step by step process. These presidents are mired in many social problems in a (often cut-throat) competitive political environment in which their opponents will try to find any weakness to destroy their public images. Thus they need to be informed by credible witnesses and researchers and educated first into the basics and then into the complex ET presence reality approximately like the former senators at the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure were.
Galactic Citizen Diplomacy deserves all levels of engagement as Humanity is represented by everyone: Individual, United Nations, and country by country. The importance of well-intended, psychologically-balanced and objective private citizens having contacts with extraterrestrial intelligences respectful of our conscious choices is increasing.
We have the opportunity to start a new era of contacts and mutually respectful relations first with well-chosen, specific extraterrestrial civilizations. Then we can assist those that currently don’t seem to integrally respect us. A healing, conciliatory approach is needed. Thus next step is to be informed as to who is who among extraterrestrial intelligences; not to proceed in a xenophobic way, but to wisely (and I want to use the word “lovingly”) choose who are more convenient to contact on purpose and in relation to our highest ideals in order to grow in awareness unobtrusively and to gradually develop our humanity’s full potentials in a benign, mutually respectful manner. We need to know what mistakes and abuses were committed by “them” in our past and to forgive and reconcile with all our cosmic relatives. In the same vein, we must learn to forgive and reconcile with overzealous information controllers and enforcers “in the know” who committed abuses acting on our behalf or on behalf of more private interests, or, even on behalf of deceptive extraterrestrial entities. Richard Dolan’s reflections on what Disclosure and After Disclosure may entail can be helpful. A “witch hunt” will probably do more harm tan good.
Objectively analyzing much experiencer’s/witness testimony which can be cross-referenced with other testimonies, verified with released or leaked documents and with whistleblowers shows that there are many different types of intelligent ET life forms functioning with different, histories, attitudes, inclinations, procedures, interests level of technology and even the ability to reach into higher realms in order to generate effects in lower realms and to me it is clear that every reductionist, polarized view about them will be self-deceptive. We need an integral approach to study this complexity. They are neither saviors nor demons but beings which act towards us in ways that are kind and in ways that are less tan kind judging from our own our perspectives. However, we must choose how we want to be treated and, thus, we must become aware of who we are, who they are and what is the real history behind this interaction. It is not a matter of all or nothing, black or white.
If we have not been “invaded” as in a typical Hollywood movie this doesn’t necessarily prove that some varieties of ET beings wouldn’t do it if they could, were the only ones coming to Earth or were allowed. But exopolitically-speaking, most likely they operate under their own collective engagement rules. Under these (for instance if unconscious acceptance were valid under engagement rules), the “invasions” could be subtler (as we come to accept certain groups instead of others) rather than overt as -in the latter case- the interests which many different groups of ETs have with respect to humanity (genetic, our mental-creational capacity, emotional, spiritual, energetic, etc) would be mutually challenged. Thus, my opinions is that no particular group or Alliance can exceed certain limits and all which are allowed to intervene may have a historical precedence and right to do so (in Galactic Exopolitical terms). According to how us or our representatives choose to engage different extraterrestrial groups (some of which may subtly deceive us if we subconsciously accept their principles) may increase the probabilities of humanity taking certain course of events.
Private citizens can and should engage in strengthening contact in a mature, caring, lofty manner. The more we become aware of this ET Presence reality and of our great potentials (coveted by different ET groups both in aggressive and respectful manners) the less we’ll be used as simple resources by some more aggressive varieties of these beings (some of which may be atrophied). In my view, we should more actively seek out to strengthen political citizen diplomacy (and oficial political diplomacy) with beings like those that were -at least partially- rejected in the 1950’s and 60’s because they did not offer technology in exchange of being allowed to conduct their projects covertly. These “space brother” types offered teachings (the expansión of philosophy and theology which attorney Daniel Sheehan advocated as important to develop a new ethics and more advanced worldviews). These latter civilizations (many of which looked human but which do not necessarily have to be human) offered a profound transformative possibility to improve ourselves (not imposing it on us) through our own efforts by learning about the spiritual and organizational principles of the Universe. There still are some few persons contacting them; some of them are in Latin America, although some in Latin America some persons may also be contacting deceiving ET types. However, I think we should increase our relations or “Galactic Diplomacy” with respectful extraterrestrials, not only to learn deeper principles about Life but to overcome our current cultural levels of nihilism, commercialism, materialism, relativism, cynicism and self-absorption but to be more properly allied with a protective, benevolent group.
While I realize that in the 1940’s there were some good reasons to establish a highly secret policy (for genuine patriotic reasons also to gain some time trying to figure out who’s who and to learn about some of the ET technology), leaving it all in the hands of those “in the loop” managing this knowledge without checks and balances and the participation of well-meaning, capable intellectuals, spiritual leaders and such also leads to a misrepresentation of humanity at large in the politics of the Universe. The rights a President has to generate an Executive Order was given by the People through its representatives in an assembly or “congress”and it is of lower legal priority than the Law-giving of the Congress and the People. We shouldn’t allow a break-away civilization generated after secret investigations and managing culturally differentiating technology to impose a “might makes right” exopolitics on the rest of us. We need to get involved in Galactic Diplomacy.
In sensational testimony submitted on the final day of the Citizen Hearing on [UFO] Disclosure, six former members of the U.S. Congress heard from a former CIA agent about an incident involving President Eisenhower and extraterrestrials. In a video testimony played today before the retired US Congress members, the agent alleged that President Eisenhower sought to gain information from a secret control group called MJ-12 about alien related projects at a facility near Area 51 called S-4, both of which are located in a remote region of Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. When denied the requested information, Eisenhower allegedly authorized a personal message that the agent and his immediate superior would deliver to those in charge at Area 51 and S-4. The message was a direct threat that he would authorize a military invasion of Area 51 and S-4 if his request for information was not carried out.
The former CIA agent is currently aged 77 and suffering from acute kidney problems and has only several months to live. A 15 minutes segment was played out of a longer interview where he went on the public record about how he was recruited by a senior CIA operative located out of Langley, Virginia to work with the CIA on the issue of extraterrestrial life. At the time of his recruitment in 1958, he had just completed training at the US Army Signal Training Center, and began working as an Army cryptologist. He said that he was recruited by the CIA operative because it would give him significantly more money than he was earning in the Army. His first assignment was to examine files on UFOs and extraterrestrial life submitted from USAF base at Fort Belvoir, which were different to the Project Blue Book files studied at Wright Patterson Air Force Base that were eventually released to the general public.
In response to questions from UFO historian Richard Dolan, the former CIA agent went on to explain how in 1958, he and his boss – the CIA operative – were summoned by President Eisenhower to the Oval Office. The President, who was accompanied by Vice-President Nixon, told the agent and his boss that he was trying to get information about efforts to learn about extraterrestrial life and technology. The agent said that according to President Eisenhower: “MJ-12 was supposed to find out, but they never sent reports to him.” The CIA agent said he and his boss were called into the Oval Office”. President Eisenhower said:
We called the people in from MJ-12, from Area 51 and S-4, but they told us that the government had no jurisdiction over what they were doing…. I want you and your boss to fly out there. I want you to give them a personal message…. I want you to tell them, whoever is in charge, I want you to tell them that they have this coming week to get into Washington and to report to me. And if they don’t, I’m going to get the First Army from Colorado. we are going to go over take the base over. I don’t care what kind of classified material you got. We are going to rip this thing apart.”
In response to Dolan’s question, “Eisenhower was going to invade Area 51”, the CIA agent confirmed that Eisenhower indeed planned to so with the First Army.
After traveling to Area 51 and S-4, the CIA agent said that he saw several garage type doors with flying saucers in them. He described seeing a Gray alien at the S-4 facility that his boss “partially interviewed”. Upon returning to the White House, the agent and his boss relayed what they had seen at S-4. Significantly, the FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, was also present during the debriefing of the CIA agent and his boss over what they had witnessed at S-4 and Area-51. According to the CIA agent, Eisenhower was shocked.
The testimony of the CIA agent was admitted into the Citizen Hearing by the main organizer, Stephen Bassett, since he thought it was credible based on the research of Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan. The CIA agent’s testimony yields important insights among which include:
President Eisenhower had lost control of extraterrestrial related projects to a control group called MJ-12. This is precisely what Stephen Lovekin, who served in the White House Army Signals Corps, said motivated Eisenhower to give his departing Military-Industrial Complex speech in January 1961.
The CIA was tasked with the study of extraterrestrial life and technology, and had access to USAF files located at Fort Belvoir. This helps confirms leaked Majestic documents that President Kennedy first approached the CIA to get access to MJ-12 documents dealing with UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
Extraterrestrial technology was being studied at a secret facility, S-4, located near Area 51. This helps confirm the testimony of Robert Lazar who was the first to describe the secretive facility S-4 facility having several extraterrestrial vehicles in them.
An extraterrestrial, a Gray, was secretly being housed at the S-4 facility. This helps confirm the testimony of witnesses such as Bill Uhouse that aliens were assisting engineers working on black projects attempting to reverse engineer alien propulsion technologies.

Today began the Citizen Hearing on (UFO) Disclosure at the National Press Club. Six former members of the US Congress began hearing 40 witnesses and experts reveal what they know about UFOs, and the extraterrestrial hypothesis – that some UFOs are interplanetary spacecraft. In the first two panels, four experts in each testified about the history of the UFO phenomenon and the likelihood that they are guided by an extraterrestrial intelligence. The event is being live streamed to the world. For organizer Stephen Bassett the hearings aim to stimulate the U.S. Congress to investigate the issue of UFOs, and whether they are alien in origin. The ultimate goal for Bassett is to pressure the executive branch of the US government to disclose what they know about UFOs, extraterrestrial life and technology, and lift what he calls the “government truth embargo.”
The motto for the Citizen Hearing is: “If the Congress won’t do it’s job, the people will.” The Citizen Hearing hopes to progress beyond earlier UFO disclosure related events at the National Press club – the first was in May 2001 – and get the U.S. Congress to act. Unlike earlier UFO events which were hold over a two hour period or so, the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure will last five full days. The former Congressional members will hear 30 hours of witness and expert testimony on UFOs, and the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Bassett succeeded in raising over a million dollars to fund his Citizen Hearing and related projects. Each Congressional member is being paid $20,000 which is a nice paycheck to hear people speak passionately about a topic that the former member may have had little active interest or knowledge about previously. This has led to some criticism, but so far Bassett appears vindicated insofar as the former Congress members have demonstrated keen insights into the political process and what is feasible in getting the current U.S. Congress take the UFO issue seriously.
The common element for the witnesses and experts is that the UFO phenomenon is very real, and raises profound questions about the occupants and their intentions. Are they extraterrestrials, interdimensionals, time travelers or something else? Why are they here, what are they trying to achieve by flying in our skies, and why has there been an official cover-up of this information? In the first two panels, the experts focused on the physical and documentary evidence to substantiate what they know about UFOs, and offered helpful insights into questions about the occupants of UFOs and their intentions.
The Congressional members agreed with the approach taken by the experts, and asked about the physical evidence of UFOs and whether it could be submitted for the public record. Interestingly, the role of religion came up a few times in discussions. It appeared that religion offered a means of moving forward on UFO disclosure, in the face of official political resistance. One of the experts, Daniel Sheehan, a former legal counsel to the Jesuit headquarters in Washington DC pointed out the Vatican’s interest in UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Now that we have a Jesuit Pope, Francis 1, the Vatican could play the lead role in disclosing the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation as Congressional members suggested. Indeed a recent book, Exovaticana, argues that the Catholic Church plans to do precisely this.
All the members of Congress appeared genuinely impressed by the quality of the expert testimony and the range of official documents available for public review. By lunch time of the first day, the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure already has succeeded in getting evidence of UFOs and the extraterrestrial hypothesis taken seriously, at least by former members of the U.S. Congress.
Not since Operation Right To Know (ORTK) has there been the potential to gain as much mainstream media attention for disclosure, and of course as much controversy. Anybody that attempts to break out of the Bilderberg CIA’s constraints and marginalization imposed upon us in the mainstream media will be attacked from both without and within. This just goes with the territory.
The CIA’s assets in particular, the Washington AP, the Washington Post, New York Times and the LA Times can be counted on to mostly succeed in keeping the UFO community marginalized by using denigrating words and phrases, as well as attention to the Exo-flakes and Exo-scammers in the UFO/ET field. This is all about information warfare, a 70 year covert attack on public consciousness by the Globalist Elite, to maintain control over ET technology and information.
The propaganda press moves in on the early stages of a developing story, not only with UFOs, but in general, to propagandize and spin the collective conversation in the favor of the Globalist Mafia to control the rest of the mass media. The CIA has even admitted publicly that they have their assets in every newswire and major newspaper in the country. Furthermore, the Chairmen of these key media outlets attend the annual Bilderberg conferences and have been praised by David Rockefeller himself for not exposing Bilderberg, and for supporting Bilderberg’s Orwellian New World Order.
Steven Greer using the Sirius Documentary is attacking the heart of the Bilderberg Mafia’s meal ticket, the secret classified monopoly on trillions of dollars being made reverse engineering ET technology and suppression of other technologies. These technologies threaten established obsolete institutions, like the fossil fuels industry, transportation industry and medical industry. No matter that these centuries old mafia families destroy our civilization and the earth in the process, putting us into an evolutionary dead end!
Steven Bassett is using the Citizen Hearings to break the Truth Embargo and move Exopolitics into the mainstream conversation. The public conversation should be steered away from Unidentified Flying Objects that maybe exist, to Exopolitics and the issues and implications of contact. Steve Basset is building a strong public foundation on whistleblower testimony same as Steven Greer has already done.
Richard Dolan, one of our best, told me when he interviewed me recently for two hours on his radio program, that he supports Exopolitics as based on hypotheticals, but for me and those that have had direct and indirect contact it’s based on reality. I have burrowed down locally to become directly involved with local contactees who have become good friends and experienced indirectly communications from the ETs themselves. In one case my friends videotaped a craft and after I saw it, we had to erase the videotape as requested by the ETs. These types of personal experiences run through many of my blog articles.
Now that both these disclosure indicatives are hitting the mainstream press the controversy is heating up in the UFO community just as it did for us in ORTK. In the case of Sirius, Steven is using a purported very small human with alien genetics to help market his Sirius Disclosure Documentary and his more general Sirius indicatives. He is taking a risk that this could blow up on him, but I don’t think he is stupid enough to go out on a limb on this without feeling very confident that the limb is strong. Steven is now taking heat also for “gasp” trying to raise significant sums of money for his greater indicatives and using his disclosure movie in the process This is understandably upsetting some of his donors who expected the movie to be free to the public.
Steven Bassett and the Citizen Hearing are taking controversy because his donor who is making another documentary using the Hearing, is paying former members of Congress $20,000 each to attend the Hearing. Excuse me, but considering the fear of ridicule and the corrupt nature of politics today, how are you going to get members of Congress at a hearing without a large payment.
The purists say not to play the money game to make disclosure, and maybe they have a point to some degree, but just look at my own modest disclosure effort promoting my book. UFOs Exopolitics and the New World Disorder available on Amazon is the best foundation book for Exopolitics presently available. It has the potential to greatly assist in disclosure by providing a solid credible briefing based on the credible evidence supporting Exopolitics, and even more important takes the reader beyond collections and analysis, to issues and implications of contact. We are fighting a formidable adversary that has a huge advantage over us in this psywar. This is because they moved directly from collections and analysis to issues and implications to exploit ET technology and protect their institutions and industries 70 years ago.
I have no marketing money supporting my modest disclosure drive. I am only reaching thousands of people mostly through distribution of the free Kindle Downloads in these special promotions allowed to me and through blog articles such as this one. The purists even have a problem with a little trickle down money coming to me from paid sales of the well formatted print book and the Kindle.
This, even though I have the book priced on Amazon at half the price of most books. I make about the amount of my social security check of 350 dollars a month in royalties, so I figure I am making pennies an hour right now for all the effort I have put into this book. I have spent 40 years researching and promoting disclosure at a cost of thousands of dollars right out of my own back pocket. I even get criticized on the social networks for promoting the free Kindles. Jeez.
Steven Greer and Steve Bassett are working with hundreds of thousands of dollars and they are reaching millions perhaps billions of people. Let’s get real folks, even though it’s a corrupt system based on money, there is a place for people working within the system as well as those working outside the system like myself.
Furthermore how come if our leaders in the UFO community are doing so badly that the critics don’t get out and pull the disclosure wagon themselves. Why, because they are afraid and to disempowered to do so. Now don’t get me wrong, there is a place for critics and I value honest criticism. We can’t let the Exo-frauds and Exo-flakes hijack the emerging field of Exopolitics before we hardly get off the ground.
Some people feel like Steven Greer is running a scam just for the money, but look at what the man has been through all these years, as he is going to bring out in the Sirius Documentary. Maybe there is some validity in the critic’s criticisms of Steven because he does exaggerate, but who’s perfect and Steven understands marketing. Is Steven marketing something real or his he marketing a fraud? I am still willing to give Steven the benefit of the doubt.
What I am saying to the rest of the UFO community, and I think top people like Richard Dolan have also indicated, is give these folks a chance. Of course the CIA’s assets in the mainstream media are going to do their best to attack the weak links in the chain and avoid the strong links. This just goes with the territory. Do we just retreat into a corner when we get a beating like whipped dogs, or do we fight back with everything we got!!! If the critics got a better way to break the 70 year old Truth Embargo, I say show us what you can do, or otherwise just chill out for a while.
