Canadian Military Account of a ‘Supersonic UFO’ in 1952

Article by Helena Sutan                                                     July 25, 2021                                                                   (brinkwire.com)

• Rummaging through UFO accounts disclosed by the Canadian military dating back to the 1950s, along with additional accounts gleaned through a series of information requests, interviews, and publicly available records, the online publication Vice offered this account from the Canadian military dated April 12, 1952.

• At the former RCAF Station North Bay, Ontario, two police officers noticed something “circular” in the sky that looked like an “amber traffic light.” The UFO flew over at a high rate of speed – about twice the speed of a jet fighter, or around 1300mph. (Supersonic is considered faster than 760mph. This object was travelling at nearly twice the speed of sound.) According to the police witnesses, the UFO “skipped to a halt, reversed direction, and vanished… at a faster rate on reversal than on approach”. A Canadian military intelligence officer who debriefed the witnesses stated that the incident was “highly peculiar and deserved reporting.”

• Timothy Sayle, director of the University of Toronto’s International Relations school, remarked, “What’s most surprising is that (UFOs are) not a new occurrence. In fact, the Canadian military received reports of such a large number of UFO encounters that they ‘chose to standardize the reporting’ of them. “That doesn’t imply they’re on the lookout for extraterrestrials,” Sayle quickly disclaimed. “But these are extremely reputable witnesses whose professional judgment is on the line.”

[Editor’s Note]   With all of the attention being paid to the US Navy sightings of the “tic tac” UFO off of San Diego in November 2004, and all of the subsequent sightings and grainy video that the media has focused on since then, it is easy to forget that people have been seeing UFOs in the sky for millennia. Ancient cave drawings depict both UFO craft and extraterrestrial beings. Renaissance paintings show UFOs gleaming in the sky. In modern times, WWII marked a sharp increase in UFO activity, especially in the 1950s when many different space-faring alien species were vying for influence as the Earth entered a new age of space travel.

By 1960, interplanetary interaction was reduced to only a handful of extraterrestrial species after the American military industrial complex chose to ally with the Draco Reptilians The more benevolent ET races backed off according to their prime directive of non-interference with the will of the people on Earth. Since then, most of reported UFO activity can be attributed to either Draco allies such as the Nazi Dark Fleet and the Grays, or the American military/defense contractors’ own secret space programs (with notable exceptions such as the Pasquotank creatures and Ebens from Serpo). But the deep state mainstream media would have you believe that the 2004 ‘tic tac’ was the first “credible” UFO sighting because the government officially substantiated it. This is the current psyop being perpetrated on the people. The deep state wants to control the UFO narrative so that they can appeal to the people as the planet’s savior when a concocted alien “threat” presents itself.

According to an undiscovered military account, a supersonic UFO ‘skidded, reversed, and vanished.’

The Canadian military has disclosed UFO sightings dating back to the 1950s.

Vice collected additional accounts through a series of information requests, interviews, and publicly available records, and these accounts could throw new light on the unexplained phenomenon. The Pentagon is expected to provide its report on UFO sightings to Congress later this month, as lawmakers push for the release of previously classified information.

The oldest report from the Canadian military dated from April 12, 1952. At the former RCAF Station North Bay, Ontario, two cops noticed something “seemingly circular” that looked like a “amber traffic light.”

According to the allegation, the UFO flew over at a “very high rate of speed – comparable to twice the speed of an F-86” jet fighter.

The retired warplane’s max speed was around 650 miles per hour.

When an object travels faster than 760 miles per hour, it is considered supersonic, implying that the UFO easily exceeded Mach 1 and was even approaching twice the speed of sound.

The UFO “skipped to a halt, reversed direction, and vanished… at a faster rate on reversal than on approach,” according to the cops.

The intelligence officer who debriefed the witnesses stated that the “abrupt reversal of direction witnessed conveyed the notion that it was highly peculiar and deserved reporting” after reviewing the occurrence.

Timothy Sayle, director of the University of Toronto’s International Relations school, stated of the early phenomenon, “What’s most surprising is that this is not a new occurrence.”
