Exo News is a news and information publication operated by the Exopolitics Institute.

Exo News publishes news, commentary, research, interviews, analysis, historical material, source material, and educational information concerning topics including UAP/UFO phenomena, extraterrestrial intelligence, government disclosure, space, science, technology, consciousness, anomalous phenomena, Exopolitics, national security, and related subjects.

Exo News is a news site and information publication. Nothing more should be inferred from the publication of content on this website.

By accessing or using ExoNews.org, you agree to the terms set forth on this page.

1. News and Informational Purpose

Exo News exists to report, analyze, document, and discuss subjects of public interest.

The fact that Exo News reports a claim does not necessarily mean Exo News accepts, endorses, verifies, or agrees with that claim.

News organizations routinely report statements made by witnesses, researchers, public officials, scientists, military personnel, whistleblowers, authors, academics, journalists, organizations, and other sources.

Reporting that a person or organization made a statement is different from representing that the underlying statement has been independently established as fact.

Readers are encouraged to review the evidence and reach their own conclusions.

2. Editorial Standards and Source Reliability

Exo News believes source quality is essential.

Whenever practical, Exo News attempts to identify original sources, verify significant factual claims, review supporting documentation, cross-check important information, and distinguish among documented facts, testimony, allegations, interpretations, hypotheses, opinions, and speculation.

However, no publication can guarantee that every source will always be correct.

Sources may be mistaken. Witness memories may differ. Government statements may later change. Documents may later be challenged or reinterpreted. Scientific conclusions may evolve as new evidence becomes available.

Exo News therefore does not guarantee that every statement, document, quotation, source, interpretation, or conclusion appearing on the website is complete or ultimately correct.

3. Extraordinary and Controversial Claims

Some subjects covered by Exo News involve claims that are disputed, difficult to verify, classified, historical, testimonial, speculative, anomalous, or outside established scientific consensus.

Such claims may nevertheless be newsworthy.

Exo News may report allegations or hypotheses involving UAPs, UFOs, extraterrestrial or non-human intelligence, government programs, classified activities, whistleblower testimony, contact experiences, consciousness, remote viewing, anomalous phenomena, or unconventional scientific theories.

Publication of such material does not constitute a representation by Exo News that the underlying claim has been scientifically proven or independently verified unless the article expressly states otherwise.

Readers should distinguish among:

  • documented facts;
  • corroborated evidence;
  • firsthand testimony;
  • secondhand testimony;
  • allegations;
  • interpretations;
  • hypotheses;
  • opinions; and
  • speculation.

4. Opinions and Commentary

Exo News may publish opinion pieces, guest articles, interviews, editorials, contributed material, quotations, commentary, and other forms of analysis.

Opinions expressed by authors, guests, interview subjects, contributors, or other third parties are their own unless specifically identified as the official position of Exo News or the Exopolitics Institute.

Exo News does not necessarily endorse those opinions.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on ExoNews.org is provided for news, educational, research, commentary, and general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, medical, investment, financial, tax, psychological, scientific, or other professional advice.

Readers should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.

6. No Government or Institutional Affiliation

Unless specifically stated, Exo News is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or speaking on behalf of any government, military service, intelligence agency, university, scientific institution, corporation, political organization, or other third party mentioned in its reporting.

References to such organizations are made for journalistic and informational purposes.

7. No Endorsement of Sources

Exo News may cite, quote, interview, reference, or link to researchers, authors, witnesses, journalists, public officials, scientists, academics, organizations, websites, YouTube channels, podcasts, or other sources.

Inclusion of a source does not mean Exo News endorses every statement made by that source.

A source may be reliable on one issue and incorrect on another.

Sources should be judged in relation to the specific information being reported.

8. Corrections and Updates

Journalism is an evolving process.

Exo News may correct, clarify, revise, annotate, expand, or update previously published material when new information becomes available.

Readers who believe a factual error appears in an article are encouraged to contact Exo News and provide the article, disputed statement, and supporting information.

A disagreement with an author’s interpretation or opinion does not necessarily constitute a factual error.

9. Reader Responsibility

Readers are responsible for how they interpret and use information obtained from ExoNews.org.

Exo News encourages readers to review original documents, multiple sources, and competing interpretations where appropriate.

Readers should not rely exclusively on Exo News when making consequential legal, medical, financial, safety, investment, or other personal decisions.

10. Third-Party Links

Exo News may link to third-party websites, government archives, academic publications, videos, social-media posts, documents, organizations, news sources, or other resources.

Such links are provided for attribution, context, research, convenience, and informational purposes.

A link does not constitute endorsement.

Exo News is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, content, privacy practices, products, services, or policies of third-party websites.

11. Embedded Third-Party Content

Exo News may embed third-party content such as YouTube videos, social-media posts, podcast players, document viewers, or other external media.

Those third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Exo News does not control the operation of third-party platforms.

36. Contact

Questions regarding privacy, legal matters, copyright, editorial corrections, or other issues may be submitted through the Contact page on ExoNews.org.

Please identify the nature of the request in the subject line when possible.

37. Editorial Principle

Exo News covers subjects where reliable information can be difficult to obtain and where fact, testimony, interpretation, misinformation, and speculation can easily become mixed together.

Our goal is not to tell readers what they must believe.

Our goal is to report, investigate, document, compare sources, preserve testimony, identify uncertainty, and give readers enough information to evaluate the evidence for themselves.

Reporting a claim does not mean endorsing it.

Quoting a source does not mean accepting every claim made by that source.

Linking to another organization does not create an affiliation.

When stronger evidence becomes available, responsible journalism should be willing to update the record.
