The reality of the existence of ancient extra terrestrials is becoming more apparent by the most recent findings presented by scientists and archaeologists. Notably, among the most recent and significant is The Ancient Alien Question by Phillip Coppens, Forbidden Archeology by Michael Cremo, The Sirius Documentary by Dr. Steven Greer, the Bosnian Pyramid discovery by Dr. Semir Osmangich, archaeological research by Dr. Klaus Dona, and evidence of ancient civilizations newly reported by the work of Michael Tellinger. This combined with the work done by Erich von Daniken and Zecharia Sitchin deciphering ancient Sumerian text and comparing it to the Christian Bible and other what we consider our oldest written accounts of ancient earth present a compelling story for a new version of our history, the evolution theory of man-kind and the interaction we have had in the past and are presently experiencing with civilizations from other planets in our solar system and across the universe. The material in the Law of One and in Marshall Vian Summers Allies Briefings and many other accounts clearly depict a version of the earth as a planet in a very populated part of the universe that has been colonized, observed and interfered with since before our recorded time and that the earth’s surface has undergone transformations eliminating some of these civilizations. Evidence now shows us that these civilizations like Atlantis as described by Edgar Cayce’s readings did indeed exist and thrive and that they nearly destroyed the earth with weapons that were designed to change the climate and the cosmic structure around the earth exactly like NASA is now experimenting with using HAARP and trying to bring planets and/or meteorites into earth’s atmosphere.

The message from highly evolved civilizations such as the high council from Sirius is that they need us to understand our past and prevent the same result in this crucial time of soul evolution for the group soul of planet earth. As the guardians of earth, the beings on this planet must evolve into a higher dimension of the heart chakra and resonate with the vibration of the heart. This will result in the soul evolution of the species and will result in leaving behind the other soul’s on earth whether they are the current earth beings or alien hybrids who aren’t ready to evolve. The other races from planets know this and understand the genetics of the earthlings but they do not have the capacity to give light or to infuse the soul as the beings that seeded earth did and this is what they are seeking. The Sirians and Pleadians brought light to the earth and are here now to complete the mission of helping earth evolve. Be aware but don’t be distracted by the doings of the beings who only want to capture the genetic technology of light/love and soul that they can only achieve by evolving as a consciousness just like we did and just like the earthlings are doing.

Below is an interview with Diane Grimmel, The New Era Times at The Edgar Cayce Center in Houston. that taps into some of the information and gives sources to investigate to help understand the reality of our existence as spiritual beings in the cosmic universe.

Well so you are reporting on some exciting news these days and doing a radio show. What kind of subjects to you cover on your radio show?

On Lost Knowledge, I have interviewed scientists and PhD’s who are reporting on exciting revelations about the history of the earth and providing scientific evidence of the reality of the existence of many species not of the earth who have been around for hundreds of thousands of years. The message is that in order for us to join the Galactic Federation of planets we need to become a peaceful society and this is done by the elevation of our consciousness. And further, we need to do this quickly for 2 reasons, one now is the time of harvest and also we need to declare our sovereignty as a nation.

I cover some complicated topics that challenge us in the sense that we have to expand our senses to reach a level beyond the 3 D dimension of earth. We live in a multi dimensional universe and so we have to expand into new ways of seeing our world.

Q: I noticed that you talked to Carla Rukert from the Law of One.   What kind of information did that interview reveal?

Well the Law of One material was channeled in the 1980’s. It is a social memory complex called Ra which is also called a group soul. This entity has made contact with humans before during the time of Atlantis and also during Egyptian times teaching us about the cosmic world and how to evolve as a species. Ra is from the 6th density, while earth is currently in the third and since 2012, moving into the 4th density. According to Ra, there is a harvest of souls at this time and those who are more evolved into the heart chakra will ascend into the 4th density and the others will repeat to continue to learn those lessons.

Q: This sounds like the Biblical, Hope or other religious prophecies in some ways.

Yes actually all the prophecies seem to highlight that there is going to be a shift to a higher level of consciousness. Some of the energy workers and psychics are reporting an 8th chakra appearing on people that is the portal to the heart consciousness. And there are reports of children being born with expanded abilities and new DNA. So although some people were expecting something like the apocalyptic event and the scenario describe in some Christian text where there is rapture and people just disappear, Ra explains that this harvest of souls happens upon our natural death.

Q: I also understand that you have had guests on your show that remember their previous lives and connection to other planets such as Sirius and Pleiades.

Yes I have had Patricia Cori as a guest who channels the Sirian High Council and Virginia Barrow who has contact with an oracle from Pleiades. The contact with our star ancestors is nothing new. The ancient people did this all the time. We are so afraid to admit that we are not the most advanced civilization that we have tried to shut out the possibility of their existence. But the reality is that earth is right now being contacted by many other societies who have many agendas. The Sirians are much evolved and are more like the cosmic police. The see planets like earth trying to evolve and only intervene when it is absolutely necessary like when we are about to cause great damage to the solar system using atomic energy or HAARP technology to control weather. For those that seek the council from the Sirians, they will receive as Patricia has enormous amounts of information about the origin of the earth, the reality of our present situation and how to implement new healing concepts. The pleadians were part of the original group of star people who came here to help seed planet earth with a light body human. Valerie Barrow tells the story of how they all came on a mission to seed the planet with a light infused race and was attacked by a race that were here at that time. Their ship was nearly destroyed and they lost many of their geneticists in the attack. Nonetheless, they achieved their mission and helped to genetically engineer the existing ape-like creature to upgrade the species. It is being proven now that the Annunacki were here colonizing the planet and genetically engineered a race to help them but did not want them to be immortal and to have souls. All of this information is now coming out and the archeological sites are proving the truth behind the information.   Much of this sound far-fetched but our records are now proving that there was manipulation of human genes in our past from various species who inhabited this planet.

Q: I know that you also talked to Nick Redfern, Andrew Collins and Dr. Semir Osmanagich on your radio show about ancient archeology. Do their findings indicate aliens in our past?

Yes they do support that claim. In Nick Redferns, book Pyramids and the Pentagon, he talks about the remains of a space ship that was found in Mt. Ararat that the governments thinks could be from our flood myth of Noah’s ark and also he has claims of pyramids on Mars and colonies on the moon. Andrew Collins has recently reported that there are portals of entry at various locations around the earth where other dimensional beings can come and go. He goes into detail in his book Light Quest. Dr. Sam from the Bosnian Pyramids is continuing to scientifically prove that the Pyramid Complex in Bosnia is the oldest and largest ever built and was an ancient energy machine used for technologies we are only just beginning to discover. In the halls of the underground tunnels in Bosnia they have found hieroglyphic inscriptions from ancients about the portal. The inscription says,”The portal is closed, we must stay and defend unitil it reopens.” Who could have left this message? Was it the original builders of the pyramids?

We are in an amazing time where we have the opportunity to learn about the past and use the information to advance our species without making the same mistakes as our ancestors. We have to open our minds and as a society is able to reexamine what we know is a pile of disinformation to reveal our truth.

 

Q: There is a lot of skepticism about UFO and extra terrestrials. How are we going to be able to understand our past if we don’t admit that other species exist?

Many people think that is all about to change. Since the crash at Roswell, there has been a government conspiracy to suppress or ridicule information about contact with ET”s in modern times. Some think this is because the government has made technology exchanges with ET’s and they don’t want the public to know because they could panic. There has been so many informants that have come forward recently from astronauts to NASA employees, to abductees and now most recently Laura Eisenhower, granddaughter of President Eisenhower. Nick Redfern and other reporters have used the Freedom of Information Act to get copies of documents on government reports from the Bookings Reports, to Project Blue Beam to Majestic 12 but mysteriously, there is no information from the last 20 years. The fear that some have including Carol Rosin is that the government will use disclosure as a way to create another war/conflict and this time with a fake alien threat. She has been actively seeking a peace in space treaty that helps Earth enter the Galactic Federation.

Q: Is there a disclosure event coming that will reveal the existence of extra terrestrials?

There was a hearing on April 22 in 2013 in Wash DC aimed at pressuring the government to make their information public. Some people are expecting the ET’s to make themselves known soon which will eliminate all the skepticism entirely. And we all see the Vatican preparing for their announcement; they have already declared in press releases that the extra terrestrial is their brother and that there is no limit to God’s creation.

Q. One thing that frightens people about ET’s is the alien abductions that have been reported. What do you hear about that from your interviews?

Well this is huge phenomenon. Over 5 million people in the US alone have reported being contacted by aliens and many report being taken onto space craft. I have spoken to the niece of Betty and Barney Hill, one of the most widely reported cases of alien abduction back in 1961.   In her recent book,Alien Abduction Files she reports that some of reported alien contact with humans is for medical examinations and genetic modifications but that they are not trying to hurt us at all, just trying to help upgrade our DNA and promote the evolution of our species thru genetic engineering, same as they have done in the past.

Q. How many races of alien being are out there according to your sources?

Well I hear that earth is a highly populated area of the universe. I have talked to people who can describe all the species from start near us including Acturians, Pleadians, Greys, Adromedans and some of the less human like species such as reptilian, dracos and insectoids. Abductees all report similar experiences with descriptions of the aliens and people in government facilities claim they have had contact with the different races especially the Greys. Just like earthlings, they are different even though they might be “from the same planet”, there is a lot of cross breeding as well and many of the less evolved, what we would term meaner species are coming around and turning to the Galactic Federation and away from their old ways.

Q. What does all of this have to do with soul evolution?

Well from what I am hearing, each planet has a vibration and the species who live there share the same energetic vibration as the planet. As earth evolves into a higher energetic vibration of the 4th density, all of the souls currently incarnated need to evolve along with the earth. Those souls that aren’t ready to evolve can reincarnate elsewhere. Many of the souls that originally came to earth according to Ra and other sources from Pleadies and Sirius were from Mardek a planet that was destroyed. The Galactic Federation agreed to let them come to earth to continue evolving and also those from Mars when their planet could not sustain life came to earth along with many other repeaters from other star systems. Earth became a sort cosmic “melting pot” of souls. As souls we can incarnate in many places throughout the universe to evolve and the goal is to continue to raise our vibration to the higher levels of consciousness. On earth, we are trying to shed our lower chakras of service to self, greed, control, jealousy, anger, etc. as we evolve to the heart vibration. The other beings from Sirius and Pleiades are eager to help us and they want nothing more than to see us evolve into the 4th dimension and not destroy this planet.

Vatican preparing statement on extraterrestrial life

Vatican-mothership-Pope FrancisPope Francis is reportedly preparing a major world statement about extraterrestrial life and its theological implications. Rosana Ubanell from Voxxi News today reported that due to advances in scientific detection methods for the discovery of extraterrestrial life, Pope Francis wants to be ready with a statement about “First Contact”. Ubanell reports that details have yet to be officially announced but that the Vatican’s interest in extraterrestrial life is well documented through recent astrobiology conferences the Vatican Observatory has sponsored or participated in. Father Guy Consolmagno, a Jesuit astronomer and one of the leading Catholic proponents for preparing for the scientific discovery of extraterrestrial life, on July 18, won the Carl Sagan science medal from the American Astronomical Society. Pope Francis, a fellow Jesuit, regularly consults with Consolmagno and other leading Vatican astronomers about scientific issues. It is likely that Pope Francis is preparing an “Urbi et Orbi” speech – Latin for “to the city [of Rome] and the world” – about First Contact with extraterrestrial life.

The Vatican’s scientific interest in extraterrestrial life was publicly revealed for the first time in May 2008 when the head of the Vatican Observatory, Fr Gabriel Funes, also a Jesuit, gave an interview to the Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano. Funes made a series of startling statements about how extraterrestrial life is likely to be more ethically evolved than humans, and can be welcomed as brothers. In his interview, which was titled “The extraterrestrial is my brother,” Funes said that intelligent extraterrestrial life may not have experienced a ‘fall’, and may be “free from Original Sin … [remaining] in full friendship with their creator.” This makes it possible to regard them as ‘our brothers’ as Funes explained:

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom… “Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation…

Most importantly, Funes’ statement makes possible the idea that Christianity can be exported to extraterrestrial worlds that have not experienced a ‘fall’ and are free from original sin.

Just over a year after his interview, Funes was the organizer of the first ever Astrobiology Symposium held by Pontifical Academy of Sciences in November 2009. Consolmagno and Funes have ever since played leading roles for the Vatican Observatory in presenting a theological perspective on the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Most importantly, both have been leading advisors to Pope Francis about scientific issues concerning the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

What is likely to be the content of Pope Francis’ upcoming statement or possible “Urbi et Orbi” speech about alien life? An important clue is a forthcoming presentation by Fr. Consolmagno at a September 18-19, 2014, astrobiology symposium organized by NASA and the Library of Congress that is titled: “Preparing for Discovery: A Rational Approach to the Implications of Finding Microbial, Complex or Intelligent Life Beyond Earth.”

Consolmagno is a featured presenter and will discuss the theological implications of discovering alien life. His topic, “Would You Baptize an Extraterrestrial?” suggests that Pope Francis agrees that extraterrestrials are capable of the higher ethics involved in understanding the Christian message and becoming Christians.

If Pope Francis is indeed preparing a statement about extraterrestrial life, it is likely to emphasize that there is no incompatibility in Christian teachings with a belief in extraterrestrial life as Fr. Funes proposed in May 2008. More importantly, Pope Francis is likely to emphasize themes of extraterrestrials: not sharing in original sin; being more ethically evolved; and being capable of sharing the Christian message, and being our brothers.

Not all will welcome a statement from Pope Francis advocating extraterrestrials as brothers and worthy of being baptized into the Christian faith. According to Chris Putnam and Tom Horn, authors of Exovaticana, Pope Francis I is preparing to lead the Catholic Church to embrace aliens as “brothers in Christ” – reflective of the 1950s and 1960s contactee reports of benevolent “space brothers.” Putnam’s and Horn’s Exovaticana portends a future religious war between those accepting extraterrestrials as “brothers in Christ” and those believing them to be returning demons about to enslave us. Despite the extensive scholarship found in Exovaticana, it unfortunately skews data towards an overly negative assessment of the motivations of extraterrestrial visitors. Thankfully, the Vatican’s evolving public position, as reflected by statements from its leading astronomers, shows a far more enlightened stance on how to consider the discovery of alien life from a theological perspective. A statement or “Urbi et Orbi” speech from Pope Francis expounding on various themes associated with the view that extraterrestrials are potential “brothers in Christ’ is a welcome position to take on a controversial issue with major world significance.

New truth chakra helps Humanity Discern Reality of Existence

dna activationThis Galactic Alignment of the solar system, which occurs every 25,772 years,  just occurred again on Dec 21, 2012 and resulted in an energetic vibration change in the earth’s frequency that activated a dormant DNA in humans.  This newly activated DNA had been sitting in our system waiting for an activation switch. The physical detection of the enhanced DNA can already be witnessed by medical intuitives who see a new chakra forming outside the human energy field.  This new chakra, often referred to as the eighth chakra is the energy portal of unity consciousness that allows humans the ability to experience an expanded consciousness beyond current perceived limitations.

The seven chakras of the personality/ego body only define us in three dimensional terms, the opening of the new chakra is the portal that connects us to the fourth dimension of the universe, where much of what we thought we knew will be discarded and replaced with a broader more truthful concept of who we are in the universe. In this fourth dimensional vibration, humanity can recognize and discern the truth and this will ultimately shatter the incorrect beliefs of our origin and help us as we begin to interact openly with the other nations across our universe.

Contact with civilizations from outside our third dimension began hundreds of thousands of years ago when they seeded planet earth. Many attempts at colonization have failed.  The Annunacki, who reside in the fourth dimension attempted to colonize during the times of Lemuria and Atlantis.  Pleadian beings from the fifth dimension and Sirians from the sixth dimension as well as those from Orion and Andromeda and many others have been making contact with people on earth. Their message is of hope for inner peace for our souls as we reach a higher level of knowing and struggle in the fight for our freedom from the current enslavement.

The shift of 2012 is the fifth cycle of the earth and will result in what Edgar Cayce coined as the emergence of a fifth root race.  This theory of evolution to a higher dimension is shared by physicists and scientists throughout history and in our current time.  One such theorist, Dr. Robert Pettit, describes the seven major chakras we currently hold energetically as energy vortexes that have a seal in them, explaining their current cone shape.  In the process of the activation of the new energy coming thru the earth’s completion of this current cycle, the individual must clear out the old mental and emotional debris stuck in the cone shaped personality based chakras.  “The chakra’s structural features were deliberately limited prior to this alignment,” explains Dr. Pettit.  “As we enter into this new energy, we have the capability of recreating a new less dense physical body. The restructuring of our chakras with the activation of the new “truth” chakra which is a blue/green color allows us to attain a soul/heart connection that stops the fractal patterning of energy formerly controlling our psyche.  This old patterning makes us stay stuck in our old beliefs even when presented with new truths.  Dr. Jude Currivan, scientist, healer, mystic, and author of the 8th Chakra tells us that we will now reveal a revolutionary new perception of the cosmos, reconciling leading-edge science with Spirit and a new universal model of consciousness.

“The seven chakras of the human personality are familiar to anyone working with healing or spiritual awareness. But that consciousness is essentially incomplete. It is the universal heart of the eighth chakra that can offer us the missing key to remember who we truly are,” explains Dr. Currivan.   “The chakra is visible now in many people and is part of our completion in our human experience,” explains gifted physic and spiritual teacher Naomi Knowles.  In her new book The Soul Essence Knowles outlines how the merging of our Trinity of Self with the Trinity of the Spirit completes this human cycle of our existence.

But who are we really?  We are earth souls incarnated in human bodies on a planet that is finally coming of age and entering a stage of spiritual awareness that allows us to participate and interact with the broader galactic universe.  This greater community is described in Marshall Vian Summers book Life in the Universe.  

According to Marshall Vian Summers, “As it exists today, the region of space where earth resides is full of life forms and established trade routes. Free and sovereign nations who want to maintain control of their planet must be self-sufficient and operate with integrity and unity. Unification of earth and humanity as the stewards of earth must occur as we emerge into this galactic universe.” The understanding of what is taking place is explained by the Allies of Humanity  who are a group of our allies from other civilizations who know what is happening on earth and want to help us.

According to many sources, the intervention by the alien races currently on our planet is by use of deception and persuasion, enabling them to carry out their plan. In the universe, overtaking planets by military force and aggression is not permitted and can only happen if the existing species thru “free will” allows it to happen. Some of the current intervening races cannot exist on the surface of this planet due to biological hazards and are therefore using interbreeding to populate our earth with an alien-hybrid race, which explains all the human abductions in recent years.  The Allies of Humanity along with the Galactic Federation are here helping to guide humanity as we wake up and realize that we are in an ongoing battle to emerge as a free race.

The time of the “shock and awe” of alien intervention is over. The understanding that we have interacted with other civilizations and have had technology exchange programs with them is an undeniable reality as discussed by many eye witnesses from the Disclosure Project and  thousands of reliable sources. The awareness that there are groups of alien races that are attempting to colonize our planet, take away our vast resources and continue their reign of enslavement thru manipulative greed based organizations like the Bilderberg Group and those who transcribe to a New World Order,  needs to be understood as a certainty as we emerge into the greater community of the galactic universe.  In order to wake up, we must first realize that we are truly being infiltrated by alien races and accept that we must fight for our freedom.

Some may ask why can’t the advanced civilizations come and do this for us. To answer this question, Patricia Cori, author, teacher and spiritual guide shares advice from the Sirian Council.  “Remember that you are immortal beings and stay out of emotional fear-based control no matter what happens.  Stand up for yourselves as a species. Wake up and use your powers of discernment to recognize the truth which you will feel in your soul.”  She says they are here like so many other higher civilizations to help us but we have to come of age on our own just as they did. We have to grow up, so to speak, and they are here to guide us with their knowledge, wisdom, and love just as parents do with their children. The opening of our truth chakra which connects us to the expanded truth of who we are as universal souls will help them reach more people in more ways and help us all gain contact with the cosmos around us.

Many of us have not cleared our emotional baggage, allowing the new chakra to activate and it is the most crucial part of this process. Michael Hathaway, author of nine books on spiritual awareness and connection to inner self gives simple advice on how to clear old energetic blockages that we no longer need to hold on to.  “The purpose of our existence is to connect to our higher self, fulfill our soul contract and evolve as spiritual beings,” he explains.  “At this crucial time, we all need to humbly surrender to our own spiritual growth.”

Secret US alien agreements may be valid under international law

The legitimacy of secret agreements between the U.S. Government and alien civilizations may be valid under both U.S. and international law contrary to widespread public perceptions. This shocking conclusion has emerged from legal research into the status of agreements reached by a sitting US. President with the chief executive officer of a foreign power.

According to whistleblower testimonies that have been documented in the book, Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET, President Dwight Eisenhower met with and reached agreements with representatives of at least two extraterrestrial civilizations. According to Galactic Diplomacy, these secret agreements lacked legitimacy since they were never ratified by the U.S. Senate as required by the U.S. Constitution. Article II.2, of the Constitution requires that any international treaty signed by the Executive branch needs the advice and consent of two thirds of the U.S. Senate:

The President … shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.

Consequently, it was reasoned the agreements reached between President Eisenhower and the chief executive of an extraterrestrial delegation were questionable under U.S. law. At best, it was reasoned that they were quasi-legal since they were only signed but not ratified as constitutionally required by Article 2.II:

… this constitutional provision [2.II] has been bypassed by a series of executive orders and congressional actions that make it possible for agreements to be signed and implemented without the consent of two-thirds of the Senate nor with the knowledge of the general public. These extra-constitutional arrangements have dubious legal standing and while these may at most have standing for short periods such as national emergencies, it is extremely doubtful that their legal standing would be sufficient for a semi-permanent arrangement which has existed for almost 60 years. (Galactic Diplomacy, p. 24)

Recent research has however discovered the legal concept and practice of an “executive agreement” that rules out such reasoning.

According to the U.S. State Department website:

international agreements brought into force with respect to the United States on a constitutional basis other than with the advice and consent of the Senate are “international agreements other than treaties” and are often referred to as “executive agreements.”

An “executive agreement” makes it possible for a U.S. President to reach an agreement with a foreign power without the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate. Furthermore, under international law, executive agreements are recognized as valid, even if these have been conducted in secrecy. Also, the U.S., Supreme Court has ruled that executive agreements are valid, even if the U.S. Congress is not consulted.

In a case involving an Executive Agreement between President Roosevelt and the Soviet Union (United States v. Belmont 301 U.S. 324 [1937])the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the President’s power to sign executive agreements without consulting or gaining the consent of the US Senate. The reasoning for the decision from the perspective of one of Justices was summarized as follows:

The President’s act in recognizing the Soviet government, and the accompanying agreements, constituted, said the Justice, an international compact which the President, “as the sole organ” of international relations for the United States, was authorized to enter upon without consulting the Senate. Nor did state laws and policies make any difference in such a situation, for while the supremacy of treaties is established by the Constitution in express terms, yet the same rule holds “in the case of all international compacts and agreements from the very fact that complete power over international affairs is in the National Government and is not and cannot be subject to any curtailment or interference on the part of the several States.”

The disturbing conclusion is that executive agreements signed by President Eisenhower and his successors with representatives of an extraterrestrial civilization may be legal under both international and U.S. domestic law. The only caveat is if the executive agreement violates the U.S. Constitution, then the Supreme Court could strike it down. If an executive agreement is highly classified, however, then it is highly unlikely to be brought before the Supreme Court for adjudication. This basically removes the sole known judicial mechanism for striking down an executive agreement signed by a U.S. President.

According to whistleblower testimony, in exchange for President Eisenhower giving aliens the right to establish bases, extract Earth resources and to conduct limited biological research on humans, the U.S. received assistance in studying and reverse engineering alien technologies. Consequently, the U.S. has participated in the development of a secret space fleet that operates in deep space, and conducts diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial civilizations. According to one whistleblower, the secret space fleet is part of an organization called the “Earth Defense Force,” while other whistleblowers call it “Solar Warden.”

The idea that secret “executive agreements” reached by U.S. Presidents and extraterrestrial civilizations may be constitutional will come as a shock to many. Unfortunately, executive agreements are valid in international law and even recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court. Consequently, there is likely to be an extensive number of secret “executive agreements” reached between the U.S., and perhaps even other governments, with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations. Urgent action needs to be placed on exposing these agreements to eliminate any wrong doing, and ensure that they comply with the U.S. Constitution, and International law and Human Rights standards.

Star Visitor Sanctuary Opening CeremonyThe Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary was officially launched on Friday June 27, 2014 in a dedication ceremony on the Big Island of Hawaii. A video released today shows many of the events conducted with the goal of inviting extraterrestrial visitors to land, and meet with representatives of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii and private citizens. The ceremony began with a traditional Hawaiian blowing of the conch shell followed by a blessing by the Minister of the Interior for the Kingdom of Hawaii. The video then shows a dedication by the “Women of the Womb” that was followed by the building of a traditional “Ahu” designed to sanctify the Sanctuary in accord with Hawaiian tradition.

Michael Weeks, the Kingdom’s Representative for the Puna region, ended the formal part of the dedication ceremony by reading the “Declaration for the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary”. The Declaration explains the sovereign legal authority of the Kingdom of Hawaii, the Kingdom’s history of international neutrality, and protocols for extraterrestrials or “star visitors” to land and begin formal diplomatic relations with Kingdom representatives.

The dedication of the Sanctuary is the second time that a sovereign state has dedicated land for the exclusive purpose of extraterrestrials to land and meet private citizens. The Sanctuary is hosted on land provided by the Kingdom of Hawaii in the area of Kalapana in the Puna region. Up to 200 people attended the ceremony and gave their enthusiastic support to organizers and those conducting various parts of the ceremony. This video captures most of the events that made up the dedication ceremony and post-dedication interviews revealing the aspirations of those attending for contact to happen with extraterrestrial visitors. Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii to create extraterrestrial visitor sanctuary

On May 28, 2014 official representatives of the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii released a declaration creating a sanctuary for extraterrestrial visitors to Earth. The “Declaration for Creating Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary” will make it possible for extraterrestrials to land on property set aside exclusively for hosting “star visitors” in the area of Kalapana on the Puna coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The “Star Visitor Sanctuary” will be on sovereign land claimed by the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii. The Kingdom comprises a government led by a Prime Minister, elected representatives to two houses of Parliament, and a revised Hawaii Constitution.

The Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary will be the second time a piece of land has been officially dedicated for the purpose of inviting extraterrestrial visitors to land and to promoting peaceful relations with them. On June 3, 1967, the city of St Paul in the Canadian province of Alberta, created the world’s first landing pad for UFOs. The sign besides the pad shows that part of the intent was to create a sanctuary for extraterrestrial visitors:

The area under the World’s First UFO Landing Pad was designated international by the Town of St. Paul as a symbol of our faith that mankind will maintain the outer universe free from national wars and strife. That future travel in space will be safe for all intergalactic beings, all visitors from earth or otherwise are welcome to this territory and to the Town of St. Paul.

Weighing just over 130 tons the landing pad was officially opened by Canada’s then Minister of Defense, Paul Hellyer. Later in June 2006, Hellyer gave the keynote address at the Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace Conference held in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, again affirming his support for developing peaceful relations with extraterrestrial visitors.

The Hawaii Declaration similarly declares the intention of establishing peaceful relations with extraterrestrial visitors. Drawing on the rich history of international neutrality that was practiced by the Kingdom of Hawaii prior to its illegal annexation by the U.S. the reinstated Kingdom aims to establish formal diplomatic relations with Star Visitors. The preamble to the Declaration points out that according to Hawaiian legend, the Na Huihui o Makali’i (the constellation of Pleaides/Seven Sisters) is the place from which the first Hawaiian people came to Earth.

The Declaration contains four substantive points the first of which invites extraterrestrials “to fly over and land” at the “Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary.” The next invites the Star Visitors to “formally establish diplomatic relations” with representatives of the Kingdom of Hawaii. The Star Visitors, in point three, will be subsequently “invited to meet with private citizens interested in establishing cultural, educational, and scientific relations with the Visitors.” The final point affirms that “Star Visitor technologies can be safely demonstrated, understood and developed for the benefit of all humanity, marine and animal life, and planet Earth.”

The Kingdom of Hawaii gains its authority from international law that never formally recognized the illegal annexation of the Kingdom by the U.S. government, and which has long recognized that the native Hawaiians right to self-determination was violated. This was belatedly recognized by the US Federal Government on November 23, 1993 by a joint resolution of Congress signed by President Bill Clinton (U.S. Public Law 103-150) that apologized for the illegal annexation of the Kingdom of Hawaii. The right of the Native Hawaiians to self-determination was also recognized by the Legislature of the State of Hawaii that passed a bill signed by Governor Bill Abercrombie on July 6, 2011.

In recognition of the illegality of US annexation of the Hawaiian Islands and the inherent right to self-determination of native Hawaiians under international law, on March 13, 1999, representatives of the Hawaiian people reinstated the provisional offices of their former Kingdom with the purpose of holding elections to appoint a new Hawaiian government. The provisional government held a plebiscite on November 9, 1999 that resulted in the election of representatives to a bicameral system of government. The newly elected parliament passed a revised version of the last Kingdom of Hawaii Constitution on March 29, 2000, that enshrined the rights and powers of the lawful Hawaiian Government over the territories of the Hawaiian islands.

Five duly appointed representatives of the reinstated Hawaiian government have signed the “Declaration for Creating Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary” thereby giving it full legitimacy and protection under the laws of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii.

In an exclusive interview, one of the signatories, (Uncle) Robert Keli’iho’imola, Sr., a noble within the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii, explains where the Sanctuary will be located. He also describes how the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii plans to help the general public prepare for extraterrestrial contact, and what he hopes will be achieved by the Sanctuary.

On Friday, June 27. 2014, there will be a public ceremony dedicating the land assigned for the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary, in accordance with Hawaiian tradition. The ceremony will occur on the first day of a Hawaiian Sustainability conference scheduled for June 27-29, at Uncle Roberts, Kaimu-Kalapana, Kingdom of Hawaii.

According to the communication given by the Venusian space traveler Orthon to George Adamski in the early 1950’s, Humanity could have transitioned from a “war economy” to a “rocket travel among the stars economy” that would have been equally lucrative. By now,we could have entered the proverbial cosmic neighborhood to meet our neighbors and we would have avoided the path to self destruction that we are on today.

   Likewise, according to Dr. Frank Strangess, spokesman for the Venusion Commander Valiant Thor who spent three months advising Eisenhower and Nixon at the Pentagon( Book: STRANGER AT THE PENTAGON), we could  have altered our lifestyle and our diet so we could live longer. But it seems our institutions are based on promoting stress, sickness and ill health as a form of population control and an economic dependence on drugs and pharmaceuticals.

     If we review this material today, we find also that according to messages given to  Howard Menger in Highbridge, New Jersey in 1954, we should keep our blood alkaline to avoid cancer and other diseases, and eat a diet of organically grown fruit and vegetables to prolong life. In those days, these extraterrestrial races walked among us undetected, and according to the Giant Rock contactees and the Giant Rock Convention literature, they were our “space brothers”!

    This events have not only occurred in the American scene of 1950’s, but we know now that similar human-alien interaction was also taking place in Pescara, Italy in 1956 . According to the late engineer Stefano Brescia who wrote the book “Mass Contacts”, recently translated into English, a unique situation was taking place on the Adriatic coast of Italy. To promote and promulgate a friendship experiment, a selected human group of contactees in 1956,were asked to maintain URREDA, a technology of love and harmony created by the extraterrestrials. Appropriately named the W-56’s, this ET group was able to interact with the Italians for a number of years before conflicts set in.  A similar friendship case is recorded in Chile and other places in Latin America where contactees are presently engaging the space brothers.

Engaging the human population in any kind of relationship seems to have irritated the management group of UFOLOGY who found a chance to switch the contact scene exclusively to the fear based alien abduction scenario after the onset of the Betty and Barney Hill case of 1961. The entire field of Ufology has fossilized into this stereotypical view ever since the 1960’s, alienating us from our possible cosmic relatives.

  However, a ray of light surfaced in 2009, when Vatican Jesuit Astronomer, Father Funes stated that the “Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom… “Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation…”

Perhaps, is time to return to the past to study the future, to study those past messages and bring back a more balanced perspective to the entire UFO research community.

Startling HD video of UFO up close becomes available

Close up video of a UFO shot in HD was today released by Third Phase of Moon, a popular Youtube channel with over 150,000 subscribers. The footage was provided by “Ed,” an anonymous interviewee, who has been providing videos and pictures over the last couple of months to substantiate his experiences of extraterrestrial contact since 1976. In today’s video, the UFO appears up close and is rotating with internal lights shining out of portholes and its undercarriage. The video was taken using a HD camera and is very clear, and appears quite large. Blake Cousins, creator of Third Phase of Moon believes it could be an alien mothership. There is however no contrast with any adjacent terrain making it difficult to accurately estimate its size. The video was released prior to an upcoming interview where Ed would give details about when and how it was taken.

Opinion about the authenticity of the video is divided with some Youtube commentators claiming it is too clear to be real. Ed, however, has provided compelling testimony about his experiences in several interviews with Cousins. So far, there is no reason to doubt Ed’s sincerity suggesting that his UFO footage may be genuine. According to Cousins, more footage of the latest video will shortly be released thereby making possible closer examination. If the video is found to be genuine, it has the potential to be smoking gun proof that we are not alone, and that governments have been lying about extraterrestrial visitation.

Making Sense of Ukraine Through a History of Extraterrestrial Intervention

            Why is there so much evil in the world, and if there is a God, why does God allow it? This is a question all thinking people ask, and to which every religion attempts to provide an answer. Christianity and Islam, for instance, pin evil on the Devil, or Satan, without ever explaining satisfactorily who/what that being is or where he/she/it comes from. Similarly, Hinduism and Buddism have their own panoplies of demons. In any case, the excuse that “the Devil made me do it” may be found in various forms worldwide.

There is another source, however, to which we might look for an explanation. This source is channelings from extraterrestrial entities which only became available to mankind in the last half-century, when visitors from other worlds began to visit through thought-forms, UFO appearances, telepathic communications, etc.

This article attempts to explain the origin and existence of so-called evil from the perspective of RA, a “social memory complex” originating on the planet Venus that was channeled by a group called L/L Research in the 1980s. These channelings, well-known to serious researchers, were published in a five-volume seriesentitled the “Law of One” or the “RA Material.” L/L Research, headed by Carla Ruekert, continues to function today, working out of Louisville, Kentucky.

The information in the RA Material may be especially pertinent at a time when, once again, the world appears to be drifting toward the possibility of total war, this time over disagreements among nations over events taking place in the Ukraine, but related to crises in other hotspots, including Iran and Syria. The basic showdown is between the U.S. and Russia, indicating that the Cold War never really ended and again threatens to bring about Armageddon, as was feared during the Cuban missile crisis of the early 1960s. But to assess the Ukraine situation objectively, a much deeper background than is usually given may be necessary.

The RA Material explains that the influx of UFOs/ETs starting around the time of World War II was prompted by the acquisition by mankind of nuclear energy and weapons. This led the higher-vibration beings who stand watch to make their presence known on planet earth. According to RA, these beings constitute a “Council of Guardians” whose headquarters are on the rings of Saturn. Other sources call this Council “The Nine.” Working with them are other extraterrestrial entities who together form the “Confederation of Planets in the Service of the Infinite Creator.”

Actually, the Confederation has been observing and, in some cases, shaping, events on earth for a long time. Jesus came here with the Council’s permission to perform his salvation mission. He originated, says one source, on the planet Hoova near the center of our Milky Way galaxy. Other Confederation members contributed to the flowering of the Renaissance. In some cases, extraterrestrial Wanderers have incarnated on earth, including, says RA, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson. Many Wanderers are here today, working in ways known and unknown to keep humanity from destroying itself. RA itself is part of the earth’s past, having visited Atlantis and spending time in ancient Egypt, where it took form as living Egyptian deities, including Horus, the hawk-headed god. RA also played a role in the ancient spirituality of South America.

But the opening of the protective gates around earth has also allowed negative entities to slip through. Chief among these, says RA, have been the Crusaders of Orion. These are beings of self-serving character who try to gather disciples interested in manipulating, controlling, and enslaving others. In fact, RA adds, a majority of the UFO appearances of modern times have been of these Crusaders. These are the ones responsible for abductions, animal mutilations, and gloom-and-doom-type channelings. They are allowed by the order of things to prey on human beings, but only by appealing to people’s weaknesses, such as pride, lust, etc. It is the weak-minded who fall for their deceptions and try to use black magic to contact them.

By contrast, it is the service-to-others “polarity” that is the positive path engendered and supported by the Confederation. This path is entered upon through sincere practice of unconditional love. Those who follow it gradually ascend in vibration through harmony with other seekers and with the help of higher powers at various levels. One of these powers is a person’s own Higher Self. The positive service-to-others path is taught by many of earth’s spiritual teachers, and millions of people around the world make sincere efforts daily to act from compassion and love.

But the service-to-self influence of the Crusaders of Orion is also common, especially among those who see themselves as the elite. Their way is also called “the path of that which is not.” Practitioners are enemies of each other, with each jealously trying to dominate. So the energy of service-to-self entities is dissipated through infighting and fratricide. They can never reach oneness with all-that-is unless they discard their negative orientation and cross over to the positive side. But in the meantime they can wreak havoc. Horrible as it may seem, their basic motivation is the power and thrill of putting out the light of another.

Ra also says that the Crusaders may approach positive service-to-others people and groups and use telepathy to suggest to them messages of impending doom for humanity, earth, or themselves. The affected individuals may then broadcast prophecies of coming disasters, as happened with December 21, 2012. Then, when nothing happens, the deluded souls are made to look ridiculous. Of course there are also negative astral entities from earth’s inner planes by which individual entities may become possessed. But the Crusaders of Orion are of another order of magnitude.

The dual paths of service-to-others and service-to-self are allowed by the Creator as a means to enliven and speed conscious evolution. A succinct explanation may be sought in the Book of Job, where God allows the Devil to severely test his servant Job through inflicting on him horrendous losses. Another depiction with similar meaning may be found in the film “Star Wars,” produced by people who had been privy to messages from extraterrestrial channelings similar to the RA Material. In this film, the Crusaders of Orion were depicted by Darth Vader and the Empire. The Confederation was portrayed as the Republic, Yoda, and the Jedi Knights.

RA explains that our age is a time of great changes for earth and humanity, when our home planet is moving to a higher vibration within the universe. We humans have a chance to join in. RA says we are at the end of a 75,000-year cycle. If we are able to evolve within ourselves to where our center-of-gravity is in the heart, or green-ray, chakra, we become eligible for the “harvest.” This means that after death we may reincarnate at an entirely different level of being. We may then become inhabitants of what the Book of Revelation calls a “New Earth,” while those who do not “graduate” must travel to other planets in the cosmos to repeat the cycle. According to other sources, there are now extraterrestrials circling the earth in their spacecraft who are acting as the “harvesters” in guiding beings to their future destinations. Other extraterrestrials provide help to humans who have died traumatically, such as those at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. RA says that the process of harvest will take several centuries to accomplish and that no one can move on until after death, when our present “chemical body” is discarded. Interestingly, Jesus also spoke explicitly of “harvest” throughout the Gospels.

But the Crusaders of Orion are not giving up without a fight. They are doing everything possible to sow confusion and discouragement. For a couple of centuries, says RA, there has been warfare at the celestial level between representatives of the Confederation and the Crusaders. This conflict has been reflected on earth by the constant clash between forces of light and darkness at the human level.

On the side of light have been those who have worked for human freedom, including Franklin and Jefferson, mentioned above, and also, RA points out, Lincoln, Tesla, and Franklin D. Roosevelt. In fact, Lincoln was a person whose body was actually occupied by an angelic being who knew how critical Lincoln’s role in history was. Lincoln stood up against the slave power of the time, declared it would advance no further, succeeded in stopping it, but paid the martyr’s price.

Today, the slave power is embodied in the institutions of high finance, government intelligence, electronic surveillance, the controlled media, organized crime, drug running, warmongering, and many other self-serving and rigid societal structures. RA says that the use of money by the economy provides excellent conditions for human enslavement, with lending at interest one means by which money performs its nefarious purposes. We can see in the Ukraine situation, as documented on the Global Research website, how what appears at first glance to be a geopolitical clash is actually an attempt by shadowy figures of global banking to bring the Ukraine into their net of influence.

The Ukraine scenario fits into a larger scenario whereby the West has incorporated into NATO many of the states that border Russia and were formerly part of the Soviet Union. Russia has increasingly been depicted by the Western media as a potential threat to the U.S. or even to civilization itself. Much publicity was given to the Russian naval base in Syria as affording some type of protection to the Assad regime. And Russian influence has been pointed to in forestalling a U.S. and/or Israeli attack on Iran.

But why is Russia seen increasingly as an enemy? Didn’t we rejoice when the Soviet Union fell and its component states went democratic? Wouldn’t it make more sense to embrace Russia as the return of a long-lost friend to the fold of well-intentioned nations? Instead, it almost seems as if powerful elements behind the scenes want to foment a major war with Russia and possibly China. It makes no sense. The negative frame of mind this attitude signifies is harmful to the point of being pathological. Is it too much to speculate that the hand of the Chariots of Orion is fueling the fire with fear and war-hysteria? Are they stirring the pot just for the delight in seeing people suffer?

Also according to RA, the Confederation inspired earth’s scientists to bring forth the technology that gives humanity the opportunity for the leisure required for spiritual pursuits. But technology has been perverted by the Crusaders’ minions for economic exploitation and weapons of war. They use such “gadgets” as television and advertising to keep humanity asleep. Even the internet is used for negative as well as positive purposes. In the Ukraine incident, the Western media are working overtime to demonize Russia and its leaders. Leaders of the Republican Party mock President Obama for his supposed weakness in not being more aggressive, saying, as did former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, that the American people “cannot afford to be war-weary.” This is worse than insanity in a world on the brink.

We have also caught glimpses of the black magic rituals in which the negative forces engage, showing how the so-called “Illuminati” train and indoctrinate their children to kill without mercy and control others against their wills. The enslavers engage in black magic, says RA, to invoke the powers of the Crusaders of Orion, but they lose their own souls in the process, like Faust in the medieval legend. It is the Crusaders who are in fact the real controllers of the service-to-self individual. We know that before and during World War II some of the key Nazi leaders, including Hitler, were occultists, rightly suspected by historians of dabbling in the black arts. Reputed Nazi incursions into UFO technology may have been a direct link with the Crusaders’ technological prowess.

Naziism in the form of radical right-wing parties and politicians seemingly has returned through the Ukranian faction who overthrew the elected government and installed a regime that has announced its intent to slash government spending, reduce pensions, and eliminate public jobs. The purpose is so Ukraine can pay its debts to Western banks. Again, such extreme measures so harmful to ordinary people may point to the service-to-self ideology the Crusaders espouse.

But there is an atmosphere of desperation by which the negative powers seem to be trying to start another world war. In fact they are being thwarted at every turn. UFOs have disarmed nuclear weapons at military bases. The negative powers wanted war over Iran and didn’t get it. The same with Syria. The same now, perhaps, with the Ukraine. The leaders of the slave power, headquartered it seems in Wall Street, London, Frankfurt, and other financial centers are, in sense, fighting for their lives, perhaps knowing that their days are numbered. As indicated above, the planet we inhabit has already moved on to a higher level of consciousness, guided by the benign beings of extraterrestrial origin.

What is the ordinary individual to do, then, when faced with this situation? First, of course, we can decide which side we are on and what kind of person we wish to become. We then need to seek out the means for implementing our choice. By going within through meditation, contemplation, and prayer, we can seek guidance. We can also seek others of like mind with which to work toward a future we freely choose. We can be encouraged by the fact that, according to RA, there are far more positive people on earth today than negative. The Occupy Wall Street movement knows this, with their concept of the 99 percent.

Obviously, this short summary of some of RA’s ideas is only a fragment of what is clearly one of the most comprehensive teachings of truth available on the planet today. Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine and exopolitics

In a Press Conference televised today, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that it was unlikely that Russia would take over Ukraine’s Crimean Peninsula. He declared: “We have reinforced protection of our military facilities, because we were receiving threats and saw that gunmen from terrorist organizations were coming,”   Russia’s military actions in the Crimea has sparked international condemnation with Western leaders calling for a coordinated response, and taking symbolic diplomatic actions to punish Russia. In contrast, President Putin declared in his Press Conference that the recent events in Ukraine was an “illegitimate state coup” orchestrated by the intelligence communities of the U.S. and Europe that arranged for the overthrow of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.  According to Putin, Russia’s military intervention was merely a proactive measure to defend Russian nationals in a territory that has been historically part of the Russia. U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry attacked Russia for brazenly violating the sovereignty of a U.N. member state on trumped up charges. Kerry today stated, “not a single piece of credible evidence” supported Russia’s intervention, ironically forgetting that the same could be said for the U.S. led invasion of Iraq based on non-existent weapons of mass destruction.

Ukraine is but the latest in a series of former territories of the Soviet Union that have been courted with membership offers to the European Union (EU) and promised eventual membership of NATO. As former Soviet era territories continue to join the EU and eventually NATO, the effect is to gradually squeeze the Russian sphere of influence, and make Russia subservient to the agenda of the Western power elite.  In the chess board of international politics, Ukraine is but a pawn in a grand strategy to checkmate Russia. Why? What makes Russia so politically dangerous to the Western power elite? Is it Russia’s nuclear arsenal? Is it Russia’s political tradition of standing up to forces of international banking and the Western power elite? Or is it another deeper form of international politics being played out with Russia – exopolitics? Is Russia’s main threat to the Western power elite a carefully orchestrated policy of slowly leaking information concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life to its citizenry and the world?

To find the truth of whether Putin’s Russia is quietly pursuing an “exopolitics” agenda by leaking information extraterrestrial life, we need to begin with events in the early 1990’s. As the Soviet Union collapsed in December 1991, and 15 independent states emerged, the Soviet KGB dissolved and in the process lost control over a vast collection of files. Many of these leaked KGB files concerned the formerly Soviet era taboo subjects of UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The motivation for many KGB officers in leaking these files was largely monetary. A number of western media outlets were willing to pay large sums for information from Soviet era archives concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Several thousand dollars for leaked documents, photos or videos would mean former KGB agents could feed themselves and their families for a few months in the uncertain times ahead as the Russian Federation found its footing in a capitalist international system. Roger Moore, the former James Bond star, took a film crew to Russia, then led by Boris Yeltsin, and found some of these files.

Moore’s documentary, The Secret KGB UFO Files, was released in 1998 and revealed some of the best UFO footage ever captured on film. It showed a crashed UFO in a remote rural location being filmed and retrieved by Soviet army units led by KGB officers. One also saw video of an autopsy being conducted of a dead alien, and other evidence of Soviet knowledge about UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Later documentaries would reveal even more formerly classified KGB information such as the US Navy battling UFOs in Antarctica during the Operation Highjump expedition in 1946/47, and even secret meetings between U.S. government authorities and extraterrestrial ambassadors.

In 1997, the famous Italian stigmatist and self-declared “contactee,” Giorgio Bongiovanni was given permission to interview high ranking military officials and former KGB agents about extraterrestrial life. He met with Russian officials at the Anti-Aircraft Academy of Defense in Tver, Russia and discussed evidence of UFOs and extraterrestrial life possessed by the Russian government. Photos and videos of alien life were shown to him revealing that both the Soviet Union and USA were aware of and covering up evidence of alien life. Permission was also given to film the interview and it was released with the title: “UFO Disclosure in Russia.”

Under President Boris Yeltsin, whether by historical accident or deliberate state policy, an exopolitics agenda was being quietly implemented. With permission by Russian authorities, Soviet era UFO files were being leaked to independent researchers and film crews revealing the truth about alien life visiting our world.

A little known KGB Colonel, Vladimir Putin, rose quickly in the Yeltsin administration. His first major appointment was on 26 March 1997 when he was appointed Deputy Chief of the Presidential Staff. Putin continued to be rapidly promoted and on 25 July, 1998 was appointed head of the FSB, one of the successor agencies to the KGB. He became Prime Minister on 9 August 1999 and Yeltsin announced his desire that Putin would succeed him. After Yeltsin’s abrupt resignation in December 1999, Putin became acting President, and was elected President on 26 March 2000.

Putin appears to have quietly continued Yeltsin’s exopolitics agenda of allowing alien related information to be leaked to the public. Senior officials in the Russian Federation have been allowed to come forward on national TV to offer their frank assessment on the subject of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth. One of these officials was Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the sitting Governor of the Russian Republic of Kalmykia, the only Buddhist region in Europe.

In an extraordinary television interview conducted in May 2010, Ilyumzhinov claimed that in 1997 he was taken from his penthouse apartment on board an extraterrestrial vehicle. Ilyumzhinov claims that the extraterrestrials he met were humanoid and gave him a tour of their ship, and even took him to another world. According to Ilyumzhinov, his experience is backed by three witnesses who searched for him at his home after he had boarded the alien spaceship. Most revealing is that Ilyumzhinov appeared on Russia’s no.1 rated television station, Channel One, which is 51% controlled by the Russian government. The interviewer, Vladimir Pozner, began the segment with questions about Ilyumzhinov’s experience. This reveals that the host and producers knew in advance of what had happened, and wished to discuss it on air. Significantly, there was no censorship of Ilyumzhinov’s experience which was immediately made available on the Channel One website. At the very least, this signifies that the Russian government was open to public debate on extraterrestrial life sparked by its most prominent television station. More importantly, the airing of Ilyumzhinov’s experience signaled that Putin, who was Prime Minister at the time, and his successor President Dmitry Medvedev, were pursuing an exopolitics agenda to prepare Russian citizens for eventual public disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

In 2012, after Putin had been re-elected as President of the Russia Federation, his predecessor and now serving Prime Minister, Medvedev, startled a television hostess with his frank comments about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. After completing an on-air interview with five television reporters on December 7, 2012, Medvedev continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without appearing to realize that the microphone was still on. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic.

Just over a month after his startling on-camera admission, Medvedev opened the 2013 World Economic Forum held in Davos Switzerland, January 23-27. An 80-page analysis of 50 risks for the next 10 years had been distributed to attendees. The Global Risks 2013 report is lengthy list of prognostications of what world leaders need to plan for to avoid “systemic shocks and catastrophic events”. Among the list are five X factors that according to the report, “no country alone can prevent.” One of the X factors was the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

In understanding why the US and its Western allies are trying to encircle, pressure and intimidate the Russian Federation, we need to appreciate that this is the means by which Putin’s exopolitics agenda can be stopped. If Russia continues to allow senior officials to reveal the truth about extraterrestrial life and to leak Soviet era UFO files, this threatens a carefully developed and enforced policy of over seven decades of international secrecy.

While the international media depicts Western democracies led by the US as free and open societies, the reality is that when it comes to the issue of extraterrestrial life, the West is anything but free and open. In contrast, the Russian Federation is far more forthcoming when it comes to the issue of alien visitation to our planet. Unfortunately, the Ukraine is being used a pawn in an internationally orchestrated effort to weaken and intimidate the Russian Federation so it can be easily pressured to fall in line with the dictates of the international power elite on issues such as extraterrestrial secrecy. Putin understands this and that is why he proactively intervened in the Ukraine to defend Russian interests in this strategically vital nation. In allowing an exopolitics agenda implemented by his predecessor, Boris Yeltsin, to continue, President Vladimir Putin, and his chief ally Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, are doing humanity a great service.

NASA confirms 768 new exoplanets making extraterrestrial life more likely

NASA astronomers yesterday released a paper announcing the discovery of an additional 768 exoplanets using a new validation technique for data from the Kepler Space Telescope. This has nearly doubled the number of confirmed exoplanets from the previous tally of 941 to 1710. Most dramatically, the number of earth sized exoplanets increased by a factor of five, now making it clear that rocky earths are pretty common throughout the galaxy. Importantly, four of the exoplanets were confirmed to rotate in the habitable zones of their suns – zones where liquid water can exist and extraterrestrial life can flourish. The rapid increase in exoplanet discoveries has come from analysis of only two years of data supplied by the Kepler Mission. Analysis of an additional two years of available data is expected to increase the number of confirmed exoplanets even more dramatically than the latest NASA release. The new confirmation method used by NASA astronomers means that the likelihood of eventually finding exoplanets with extraterrestrial life becomes far greater than previously thought.

NASA astronomers adopted a two-step process for detecting exoplanets using data gained by the Kepler Space Telescope and 11 other currently operating space telescopes. A new generation of space telescopes along with Earth based telescopes promise to provide even more data about exoplanets and their atmospheres. The world’s largest optical telescope is scheduled to begin construction this year on the summit of the Mauna Kea volcano at the Big Island of Hawaii – an hour’s drive from where this article is being written. The new 30 meter telescope is designed to examine exoplanets and their atmospheres for tell tale signs of life. The detection of large amounts of oxygen, for example, would be confirmation for the existence of extraterrestrial life.

When an exoplanet is first detected as it either passes in front of (the transit method) or near enough to its sun to cause detectable wobble (the Doppler effect), it becomes a “candidate” until further data confirms its existence. Currently, there are more than 2500 exoplanet candidates. The length of time need to confirm exoplanets depends on the period of an exoplanet’s rotation around its parent star. As the exoplanet makes its second or subsequent passage in front of or near its sun, astronomers gain the additional data to learn whether or not a candidate exoplanet has been confirmed. So far, only two years of a four year data pool from the Kepler Space Telescope has been analyzed. As more data becomes available, additional exoplanet candidates are likely to be confirmed.

Out of the 768 exoplanets just confirmed, 106 are less than 1.25 times Earth’s diameter. Previously, the data from Kepler and other telescopes had only confirmed 20 earth sized worlds. The four newly confirmed exoplanets orbiting in the habitable zones of their suns were roughly twice the diameter of Earth. This almost doubled the total of exoplanets confirmed in habitable zones from five to nine. What the NASA astronomers didn’t consider, however, was a new way of defining what constitutes a habitable zone for extraterrestrial life.

In January this year, Scientists at the University of Aberdeen and University of St Andrews, Scotland, released a paper titled “Circumstellar habitable zones for deep terrestrial biospheres,” in the journal, Planetary and Space Science. In the paper they redefined the “Goldilocks Zone”, the optimal zone for life to exist on planets. They have found that life can flourish beneath a planet’s surface where liquid water can be found at varying depths. This is how the abstract described this new way of locating extraterrestrial life:

We introduce a new term, subsurface-habitability zone (SSHZ) to denote the range of distances from a star within which rocky planets are habitable at any depth below their surfaces up to a stipulated maximum, and show how SSHZs can be estimated from a model relating temperature, depth and orbital distance. We present results for Earth-like, Mars-like and selected extrasolar terrestrial planets, and conclude that SSHZs are several times wider and include many more planets than conventional surface-based habitable zones.

Using computer simulations, the scientists found that if one goes to a depth of 5km below the surface, then the habitable zone in space increases by a factor of three. If one goes to 10km below the surface, then the habitable zone extends by a factor of 14 which would extend the habitable zone beyond Saturn. Thus several of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, could have life thriving in habitats kilometers beneath their surfaces.

Using the idea of subsurface-habitability zone, many more than only four of the 768 newly confirmed exoplanets could be suitable hosts for extraterrestrial life. As astronomers continue to develop new techniques for confirming the existence of exoplanets, a new understanding for what constitutes a habitable zone is needed. Liquid water can exist either on or beneath the surface of an exoplanet, thereby making it possible for extraterrestrial life to flourish on many more exoplanets than previously thought possible.

In previous announcements of the Kepler Mission data, astronomers confidently predicted that it was only a matter of time before an exoplanet in the habitable zone of its sun would be found to host extraterrestrial life. New techniques for confirming exoplanets and new ways of defining a habitability zone make it even more inevitable that extraterrestrial life will eventually be detected on exoplanets using advanced space telescopes.

From Contact to Ascension: extraterrestrial contact as a prelude to universal ascension

The main idea in a new book officially launched today, From Contact to Ascension: Timely Information from members of the Intergalactic Board of Council, is that not only the Earth, but the universe is undergoing an ascension process whereby life as we know it is about to change dramatically. We are told that the physical universe is evolving whereby lower energy frequencies are about to end. Incarnated souls will be facing a choice between moving into an ascended state of being described as the “upper triad” comprising the 5th, 6th, and 7th dimensions, or remaining in their present state described as the lower triad of 1st, 2nd and 3rd dimensions. While the upper triad is characterized by an all pervasive unity or “singularity consciousness” where all life is interconnected and unfolds in divine harmony, the lower triad is comprised of “duality consciousness” where individuals live by values based on right/wrong, good/bad, etc. Those choosing to remain in the “lower triad” will “migrate” into worlds in a new physical universe where they will incarnate in new bodies and become the creators of new dualistic value systems for the worlds they inhabit.

Those choosing to ascend, along with other souls, planets, and suns of this physical universe, will remain on the Earth as it also ascends into the upper triad. Ascending souls will do so by remaining in their physical bodies which will return to an original blueprint of perfect health and vitality. In the new Earth, ascended souls will be able to instantly manifest their personal will, leading quickly to a complete overhaul of all technology and physical structures very similar to what Arthur C. Clark described in Childhood’s End.

“Volunteer souls” that have ascended in a previous life time, but incarnated on Earth to assist it in its ascension process will be given the choice of keeping their present physical body, or regaining their ascended body that is being held in stasis in the upper triad. The ascension process involves not just sentient life, but also planets and suns.

While there have been a number of channeled books that have spoken about a coming harvest of souls to different destinations, From Contact to Ascension is the first to offer such a framework for the universe as a whole. In other words, the universe as we know it, the myriad of star systems and highly evolved civilizations, is about to change dramatically. Individual souls, planets and suns will be choosing whether or not they will ascend in this universe, or migrate to an entirely new physical universe. A kind of universal graduation day, where all options are honored as choices are made by the myriad forms of life making up our universe.

The source of the information for From Contact to Ascension claim to be a council of Ascended Beings calling itself the Intergalactic Board of Council (IBOC), speaking through a human channel. The IBOC allegedly are a universe wide association of beings that have evolved from different worlds and galaxies, based on a universal state of mind they call “singularity consciousness.” I have previously described such beings as “celestials” that can be categorized as Type IV extraterrestrials according to modified typology based on the work of Nikoli Kardashev (1964).  Based on my research into the available literature on Ascended Beings, they have been helping humanity for millennia in raising our consciousness in order to deal with advanced extraterrestrial technologies that have become available in various eras. Now, the IBOC is here to help humanity deal with the challenges posed by the universe wide ascension process.

The IBOC spokesperson, An T’Na speaks through their selected channel or “oracle”, Gesanna, who currently resides on the Big Island of Hawaii in the Pahoa region. I have personally known Gesanna for eight years after she volunteered to assist in the work of the Exopolitics Institute which I had founded in 2005. She has also volunteered with various public information programs of observatories situated at Mauna Kea, Big Island of Hawaii. My personal opinion of Gesanna is that she is a well-grounded person not given to flights of fancy. She describes her own personal journey to becoming an oracle for the IBOC as beginning with her initial resistance to the information. Gesanna eventually accepted the authenticity of the telepathic information she was receiving and began verbally channeling the IBOC to a small group in Roswell, New Mexico in early 2013. Her initial four IBOC Communiques were taped and then transcribed. The six subsequent communiques, to date, have been psychographically received and released.

When I first read the information in the IBOC communications, it immediately resonated as something worth taking seriously. I have been familiar with the work of many channelers, and I consider the communiqués received by Gesanna to be on par with the best. Here I’m thinking primarily about the RA Material, which is widely respected as among the best, if not the best ET/UFO related channeled material. The RA material also describes an evolutionary process of Ascension and how this impacts on different worlds and societies. What Gesanna has transmitted from An T’na/IBOC takes us to a new level of understanding what Ascension means for us personally, and also what it means for the universe as a whole. Can the universe itself ascend in a way that ends physical live as we know it? This is the most dramatic piece of information contained in the Communiques and it’s worth considering whether such a process is possible.

Recently, there has been much scientific interest in the discovery of the Higgs Boson particle that was first theorized in 1964. The building of the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland from 1998 to 2008 was largely undertaken to confirm whether or not something called the “Higgs Field” existed, and this could be done by discovering an associated particle called the Higgs Boson. The discovery of the Higgs Boson in 2012 simultaneously confirmed the existence of the Higgs Field. The importance of the Higgs Field is that it is what gives the fundamental particles of the physical universe their mass. Without the Higgs Field, electrons, protons, etc., would have no mass which would mean that the universe, as we know it, could not exist.

What scientists have found with the confirmation of the Higgs Field is that it is inherently unstable. Due to the size of the Higgs Boson particle, the universe wide Higgs Field can change at any time which would mean that the mass of fundamental particles would also change. A change in the Higgs Field where mass increased, would lead to particles having a stronger gravitational force of attraction. This would lead to the physical universe imploding in the manner described as the “Big Crunch”, which is the reverse of the Big Bang. Rather than the Big Crunch being a remote possibility billions of years in our future, it is going to happen in the near future according to the IBOC. Such an alarming possibility has recently been the subject of a number of scientific studies speculating about what is known so far about the Higgs Field. Scientific American recently published an article titled, “How the Higgs Boson Might Spell Doom for the Universe,” and announced:

 Under the simplest assumptions, the measured mass of the Higgs could mean the universe is unstable and destined to fall apart.” But don’t worry—it won’t happen for billions of eons.

Scientists from the University of Southern Denmark were not as confident that the universe would fall apart billions of years in the future. In a Press Release titled: “Collapse of the universe is closer than ever before,” the University of Southern Denmark announced:

 Maybe it happens tomorrow. Maybe in a billion years. Physicists have long predicted that the universe may one day collapse, and that everything in it will be compressed to a small hard ball. New calculations from physicists at the University of Southern Denmark now confirm this prediction – and they also conclude that the risk of a collapse is even greater than previously thought.

The IBOC claims that this universe wide ascension process involving a dissolution of the “physical universe” is known on many worlds. The leaders on some worlds inform their citizenry, who then make the choice to ascend with the current universe, or migrate to a new universe. No judgment is held as to which choice is made as it is implicitly understood that the choice is what the indwelling soul of an individual, planet or sun, desires. On Earth, the ruling elite have chosen not to inform their citizenry with the purpose of creating as much chaos and confusion as possible to minimize the number of individual souls that will choose the ascension path. The IBOC tells us that the Earth itself, as a planetary embodied soul, has chosen to Ascend, and indeed has begun doing so.

From Contact to Ascension tells about frequency jamming technologies that have been developed to cut off the connection between the brain and soul. Cell phone technologies in particular achieve this subtle goal which results in increased materiality. Generally speaking, the communication technologies that have become a mainstay of our post-industrial society, have the effect of cutting off the connection between soul and brain, thereby making humanity easier to manipulate. The solution according to IBOC is to spend more time attuning to nature since the Earth herself has chosen to ascend. Spending time in nature, whether it is by the ocean, in forests, in gardens, etc., all help to reestablish the vital connection between the soul and brain that is vital for the ascension process that is envisaged to take between 20-25 years to complete for the Earth.

In addition to the ascension process, the IBOC tells us about an upcoming “Contact Event” that involves extraterrestrials openly appearing and interacting with humanity. This will be relatively soon according to the IBOC. The upcoming Contact Event comprises two broad groupings of extraterrestrials. There will be ascending extraterrestrials, those who like ascending human souls, will evolve with the Earth and other planets to the upper triad. There will also be non-ascending or migrating extraterrestrials, who will be traveling to a new universe. The choice of which extraterrestrial group to work with will be up to each individual based on their stance on the ascension process.

A vitally important distinction is made between “public disclosure” and “official disclosure” by the IBOC. Public disclosure refers to efforts by private citizens that have established contact with extraterrestrials to share this information with the public in an unrestricted uncensored way. It is through public disclosure that the world will learn the truth about the different groups of extraterrestrials interacting with our planet. Public disclosure will also reveal the existence of the benevolent extraterrestrials and ascended beings that are helping humanity deal with its many problems, and prepare interested individuals for the upcoming Ascension.

Official disclosure is a contingency plan devised by government and corporate entities involved in the decades-long extraterrestrial cover up to reveal some aspects of the existence of extraterrestrial life. This would be done deceptively in order to maintain the agendas and power bases of secret government/corporate entities. Official disclosure would focus on fearful scenarios that mislead the public about “evil aliens” in a way that results in political representatives giving carte blanche to the national security apparatus to deal with extraterrestials as they see fit. The IBOC thereby strongly recommends that public disclosure efforts are accelerated so that it preempts the official disclosure plan that is waiting in the wings to be released.  The IBOC recommends a world-wide program of citizen initiatives to educate the public about extraterrestrial life. Benevolent extraterrestrials and Ascended Beings would assist the public disclosure initiatives wherever necessary. The main benefit of the upcoming Contact Event is that individuals that are ready for it will receive the information they need in order to deal with the ascension process.

From Contact to Ascension: Timely Information from members of the Intergalactic Board of Council, gives the reader much material to seriously consider. A universe-wide ascension process, Ascended Beings silently assisting us, extraterrestrial contact, dissolution of the physical universe as we know it, etc. How much of the material is accurate and true? In my opinion, there is much in the IBOC that is consistent with what science is now telling us about the stability of the universe, and what other respected channeled sources such as the RA material have been telling us about Ascension. As far as extraterrestrial contact is concerned, I agree with the IBOC that it is imminent. This is reflected in the ongoing public disclosure events happening around the planet, and the saturation media coverage of the possibility of extraterrestrial life emerging from the ongoing scientific confirmation of habitable exoplanets.

The IBOC communiques are available for free online or in book form. Ultimately, it’s up to each reader to decide the relevance of the IBOC communiques for their lives. Whatever your personal choice, there is little doubt that in the next 20-25 years, life as we know it is going to change in ways that will seem fantastic to us in our present circumstances. I highly recommend being open to the possibility that the insights in the IBOC communiques are navigation beacons for a fantastic journey that lies ahead.

In a paper titled “Circumstellar habitable zones for deep terrestrial biospheres,” released in the journal, Planetary and Space Science, they have redefined the “Goldilocks Zone”, the optimal zone for life to exist on planets. They have found that life can flourish beneath a planet’s surface where liquid water can be found at varying depths.

Planets in our solar system where the surface is too frigid for liquid water to exist, may be teeming with life below the surface where liquid water can exist in abundance. Planets such as Mars and moons such as Europa and Ganymede may be teeming with life under their respective frigid surfaces. The scientists’ findings is likely to revolutionize the way in which extraterrestrial life is thought to exist, and where it may be found. Perhaps more significantly, their paper gives support to claims that extraterrestrial life can exist inside worlds with extreme surface conditions such as rogue planets in interstellar space, and extremely hot planets such as Venus.

The Goldilocks zone is currently defined as a region in space where liquid water can exist on the surface on a planet without boiling or freezing. For our solar system, this is roughly the region in space from Venus to Mars. However, as one goes beneath the surface, the temperature increases due to the internal heat generated by the hot cores of a planet or moon. This means that while water may instantly freeze on the surface, thereby making life difficult to establish itself there, liquid water may existence in abundance below the surface.

This is how one of the scientists involved in the “Circumstellar habitable zones” paper, Ph.D. student Sean McMahon, described in the abstract this new way of locating extraterrestrial life:

We introduce a new term, subsurface-habitability zone (SSHZ) to denote the range of distances from a star within which rocky planets are habitable at any depth below their surfaces up to a stipulated maximum, and show how SSHZs can be estimated from a model relating temperature, depth and orbital distance. We present results for Earth-like, Mars-like and selected extrasolar terrestrial planets, and conclude that SSHZs are several times wider and include many more planets than conventional surface-based habitable zones.

Using computer simulations, the scientists found that if one goes to a depth of 5km below the surface, then the habitable zone in space increases by a factor of three. If one goes to 10km below the surface, then the habitable zone extends by a factor of 14 which would extend the habitable zone beyond Saturn. Thus several of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, could have life thriving in habitats kilometers beneath their surfaces.

In response to questions from the International Business Times, McMahon also opened up the possibility that rogue planets that drift in interstellar space may even harbor life:

Rocky planets a few times larger than the Earth could support liquid water at about five km below the surface even in interstellar space (i.e. very far away from a star), even if they have no atmosphere because the larger the planet, the more heat they generate internally.”

The scientists findings give surprising support for the radical theory proposed by Zecharia Sitchin that a rogue planet called Nibiru spends most of its 3600 year orbit in interstellar space. According to Sitchin, the Sumerians believed that Nibiru was the home world of a race of beings called the Anunnaki. The University of Aberdeen scientists paper makes it possible that the Anunnaki, if the Sitchin’s interpretation of the Sumerians is correct, established themselves in underground colonies to survive the long periods in interstellar space.

Furthermore, McMahon pointed out that subsurface conditions protect life from extreme conditions on the surface, and this may be the norm on most habitable planets:

The surfaces of rocky planets and moons that we know of are nothing like Earth. They’re typically cold and barren with no atmosphere or a very thin or even corrosive atmosphere. Going below the surface protects you from a whole host of unpleasant conditions on the surface. So the subsurface habitable zone may turn out to be very important. Earth might even be unusual in having life on the surface.

The scientists’ findings makes it possible that worlds such as Venus, with very hot surface conditions may have a “subsurface-habitability zone” that support life. This gives support to the claims of several extraterrestrial “contactees” that the planet Venus hosts life in underground civilizations. For example, Luis Fernando Mostajo claims to have been taken to an underground civilization on Venus via a stargate device he calls a “Xendra”.

The Goldilocks zone in space is being radically redefined as scientists find more ways in which liquid water can exist in abundant supply on different planets or their moons. The new idea of “subsurface-habitability zones” will dramatically increase the number of exoplanets and exomoons deemed suitable candidates for extraterrestrial life. It is also likely that in the future, we will find that our own solar system harbors life hidden in subterranean regions of different planets and moons.

Crop circle reveals comet ISON was spacecraft & July 2014 ET event

A crop circle that appeared 11 miles southeast of Salinas, California on December 28, 2013 contains three coded messages according to renowned crop circle researcher, Dr Horace Drew. According to Dr Drew, a retired molecular biologist who worked at Caltech and Australia’s CSIRO, one of the coded messages was to be vigilant about an upcoming astronomical event. The next message referred to a date in the near future when an astronomical event is to occur by July 8, 2014. The third and most startling message was that comet ISON was a space transportation system. Taken in their entirety, the three messages appear to be encouraging people to watch the skies for an upcoming astronomical event featuring remnants of ISON that will in fact be an extraterrestrial event of some kind. If genuine and correctly interpreted, the Salinas crop circle is a vindication for those claiming that Comet ISON was no comet at all, but one or more objects under intelligent extraterrestrial control with a specific mission for the inner solar system and Earth.

The December 28, Salinas crop circle attracted widespread attention due to its unusual timing and location. It appeared well after the crop circle season in southern England had concluded, and most crop circle researchers had quietly withdrawn to write summaries of the 2013 summer season. According to an email by crop researcher Paul Jacobs, who began investigating the Salinas crop circle:

No one in the area has made claim to it and the locals had no knowledge of it or its construction. I estimate it would have taken three men working in daylight conditions doing 9-hour shifts for nearly 9 days to complete this pattern. My gut feeling is we have an important event on our hands here.

More tellingly, a security firm was hired by an unknown agency to begin guarding the crop circle on the same day it was discovered. According to Linda Moulton Howe from Earthfiles.com:

On Saturday morning, December 28, 2013, Echelon Security in San Jose, California, was hired by an agency to guard the intricate pattern in the 2 to 3 foot high barley in the Chualar field east of Salinas. This fact was confirmed the afternoon of December 31, 2013, by staff writer Phillip Molnar at the Monterey County Herald.

Howe described an account by Jeff Krause, of how the security firm deployed four security trucks with personnel to keep people out of the crop circle:

I arrived at the site near 7:15 AM Pacific on December 31, 2013. When I got there, four security trucks were parked on the road outside the circle to keep people from going in. They were very adamant about not letting anybody on the field property.

It would be odd for a farmer to hire and pay for four security trucks and personnel to protect a barley field. The clear implication is that an unnamed U.S. agency saw the Salinas crop circle as having national security implications and funded Echelon Securities to keep the public away. So what was the message that the crop circle contained and may have sparked a national security response by an unknown U.S. agency?

The Salinas crop circle had a circular design with a number of complex geometric patterns that appeared to be coded messages. The main breakthrough came when a Braille language interpreter identified some of the crop patterns as being text book characters from the Braille language. The Braille message was quickly interpreted as a series of numbers and letter – (192)-(192)-2-(192)-1-(192)-(192).

According to Dr Drew, when the British search engine 192.com is used, the code can be translated as: “The blind will see, and those who seek will find.” If interpreted correctly, the message here was that something will shortly happen that will be so unambiguous, that even die-hard skeptics will see what they previously denied. For others, the upcoming event will be vindication for what they have been seeking.

The second message was identified by Dr Drew as an outer code featuring three tall poles accompanied by numbers using Morse code. The message was 3-space-3-space-1. Dr Drew interpreted this as referring to an event timed to occur in the near future: “we should go around the “polar clock” by three full turns (days, weeks, months?) until some “event time” is reached.” According to a retired US Navy Flight Officer, Captain Mark Wood, the date referred to by the number 192 in the main coded message is July 8, 2014, which is 192 days from December 28. Significantly, the alignment of planets on July 8, matches the crop circle configuration of celestial bodies.

The third message was an inner code again using Morse code according to Dr Drew. This message was the most startling since it appeared to refer to comet ISON. He translated the code as: E-T B I-S-O-N S-T-S. Here is how Dr Drew interpreted the code:

One interpretation of this cryptic message might be: “E T B(e)” or “extra-terrestrials exist”. Then “I-S-O-N (comet)” is an “S-T-S (space transportation system)” like for the NASA space shuttles (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STS-1).

So could the Salinas crop circle refer to an upcoming extraterrestrial event connected to the remnants of Comet ISON, which was no comet at all? Comet ISON received widespread scientific interest as a possible Comet of the century, but fizzled out shortly after its perihelion on November 28, 2013. After perihelion astronomers quickly concluded that the comet had disintegrated. Yet comet ISON made a remarkable recovery surprising many scientific observers. It was only temporary, however, and ISON soon disappeared again. Most astronomers concluded that it had perished after all. All that remained was small comet debris that temporarily lit up after perihelion giving the illusion that the comet had survived.

There were others, however, who claimed that ISON was in fact an artificially targeted object designed to interact with the inner solar system in a specific manner on certain dates. Others went further to claim that ISON was a small fleet of extraterrestrial vehicles on a specific mission designed to educate Earth’s inhabitants about extraterrestrial life. These startling analyses of ISON seemed to be quashed by ISON’s disappearance after perihelion. Now the Salinas crop circle suggests that these analyses of ISON may have been right all along. We will have to wait and see in the months ahead, and the possible July 8 date, whether an astronomical event occurs that settles once and for all the true nature of comet ISON and whether an extraterrestrial intelligence was behind it.

[Update: 1/7/14 – The tech company Nvidia announced on Sunday night that it made the Salinas crop circle as part of a marketing campaign to promote its latest chip. What does this bode for its message – human contrivance or a deeper agenda is being played out? The situation reminds me of Richard Hoagland’s dictum, “the lie is different at every level.”]

US Congress discusses extraterrestrial life, but not cover-up

Congress-NASA-ETOn December 4, the House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology of the U.S. Congress held a session discussing the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what should be done to find space aliens. Titled: Astrobiology: The Search for Biosignatures in Our Solar System and Beyond” the session lasted 90 minutes. The meeting was chaired by Lamar Smith of Texas and featured three prominent astrobioligists from NASA, MIT and the Library of Congress. The questions asked by House members were rather general and vague, sometimes descending into the ridiculous. Rep. Ralph Hall (R-Tex) asked the panel: “Do you think there’s life out there and are they studying us — and what do they think of New York City?” Some members of the Democratic Party criticized the meetings as a waste of time. So why did the House hold this meeting at all, and why now?

The answer according to most astrobiologists is that the discovery of exoplanets makes it certain that there are millions, if not billions of earth like planets capable of hosting life in our galaxy alone. A recent statistical paper found that 22% of sun like stars may host habitable planets. Given the high unlikelihood that so much cosmic real estate would be devoid of life that has shown itself to be so robust on Earth, astrobiologists have basically reached a consensus that it is a only a matter of time before alien life is found. This was the observation of Bill Posey, Republican of Florida who said: “You’ve pretty much indicated [the discovery of] life on other planets is inevitable…. It’s just a matter of time and funding.” Posey and other members acknowledged that there needs to be more funding for NASA to build better space telescopes to find exoplanets and support detection programs like SETI to find intelligent alien life out there. Dr Stephen Dick from the Library of Congress challenged the current separation between detecting microbiological and intelligent extraterrestrial life, and called for a renewal of funding for SETI:

In addition to a renewed search with the latest technology, the reinstatement of funding for SETI would allow a systematic examination of these intriguing questions. It would also repair the artificial programmatic divorce between the search for microbial and intelligent life, which, despite engaging different scientific communities, are part of the same research problem. And I believe SETI would be supported by the public, which as always is interested in life beyond Earth, whether microbial or intelligent.

Earlier in May a subcommittee of the House Science Committee heard evidence of the latest astronomical findings concerning exoplanets, and the need to continue funding such research. There are many congressional members sympathetic to NASA and its budgetary needs despite the strict fiscal conservatism of the Republican Party that has led to cut backs in NASA funding. The White House has submitted a budget for NASA of $17.7billion for 2014, which is a slight decrease from 2012. It is not certain that NASA will even get this which is a worry to its supporters.

This latest Congressional meeting comes roughly seven months after a mock congressional hearing involving six former members of Congress. The Citizen Hearings on Disclosure examined evidence of a UFO cover-up and that we are being visited by various extraterrestrial civilizations. The former congressional members did not think it likely that the current Congress would take up any time soon the issue of extraterrestrial life, or at least claims of a cover-up. Yet here we are seven months later and Congress has indeed begun openly discussing extraterrestrial life, though not evidence of a cover-up.

Curiously, current members of the U.S. Congress are open to discussing extraterrestrial life in the context of the latest astronomical data provided by NASA, yet won’t hear from former NASA employees and astronauts about what they know of a cover-up. Apollo 14 astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell, for example, has been very prominent in speaking out about the cover-up for over a decade. Indeed he testified by live video before the Citizen Disclosure Hearing. Yet don’t expect the House Committee to call upon Dr Mitchell soon to testify. The official stance seems to be that discussion of extraterrestrial life is now fine as long as it’s done in the context of NASA’s discoveries of exoplanets, but don’t discuss the possibility of a cover up by NASA employees and others. That way NASA can get funds for more efforts to find alien life somewhere in deep space, while ridiculing those claiming that NASA has already discovered ET much closer to home.

Introduction to Galactic Diplomacy: Exopolitics Journal Special Edition

This second volume of the fourth edition of the Exopolitics Journal continues with the theme of “Extraterrestrial Contact.” This time, the focus is on “Galactic Diplomacy.” While “Official Contact” still is the subject of science fiction, Extraterrestrial Contact already is happening, has been happening for a long time, and is ongoing, on a large scale. Indeed, to date, thousands of individuals have had contact experiences, and the indications are that this phenomenon will increase. As such, there is a growing need for galactic diplomacy; not only for official – or “track I” – diplomacy, but also for “Track II” or “Citizen Diplomacy with Extraterrestrials.”

The first article, “Track Two Galactic Diplomacy: The Role of Citizen Diplomacy with Extraterrestrial Civilizations” is by Michael E. Salla, Ph.D. It is an extract from the first chapter of his latest book, Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET (2013). In it he examines the key principles of ‘galactic diplomacy’ at the unofficial level, as a form of ‘track two’ or citizen diplomacy aimed at establishing contact and communications with different extraterrestrial civilizations. The article analyzes the nature of diplomatic representation on Earth that might be recognized by various extraterrestrial races. Particular focus is on the representative status of different global constituencies such as politically organized humanity, cetaceans, alleged subterranean civilizations, and the role of Earth or ‘Gaia’ as a self-regulating organism with vital interests. Each of these constituencies has their own vital interests that must be included in negotiations that directly impact upon them.

Karen Kael wrote the second article, titled “Awakened Humanity and Exodiplomacy.” In it the author explores the concept of “awakened” humanity, the qualities inherent in that characterization and the role such humans might play in initiating citizen diplomacy with extraterrestrials. The article also addresses the question of what right minorities and individuals have, in democratic societies, to influence the future of the planet through such diplomatic initiatives. Throughout history, ordinary citizens have on occasion sparked revolutionary changes, without violence, without bullying, without imposing their will upon the majority, but rather by declaring and standing up for what they knew in their hearts to be right and true. The author argues that when it comes to Extraterrestrial Contact, it is the citizens transforming their consciousness and empowering themselves as exodiplomats who will lead and help the rest of humanity navigate through the chaos, the fear and the inevitable confusion as we take this inevitable and exciting next step in our evolution.

Return of AeonsThe next article – “Other Worlds” by Richard Cook – is a chapter from his book, Return of the Aeons: The Planetary Spiritual Ascension (2013). The book’s objective is to explain today’s spiritual ascension of earth and humanity at this unique period of planetary history and how the Divine Beings are helping us transcend and transform. The book is part of the literature that is being created about the post-2012 transition. It is deeply grounded in the author’s own personal experience in working with the spiritual masters, in teaching spirituality to others, and in connecting the spiritual changes with current world events such as the environmental crisis, financial collapse, UFOs, and war and political crises. The book also offers detailed information in the traditions of Gnosticism and the perennial philosophy and provides numerous aids for seekers on establishing and maintaining their own spiritual practice… How, in the face of overwhelming environmental, political, economic, and ethical problems facing humanity, the New Earth is yet in formation and how each individual can be a part of it.

The fourth article, “Physical Contact on Mount Shasta,” is from the hand of Ricardo González.  He is a Peruvian contactee, and the author of eight books which deal with the UFO phenomenon and underground civilizations. González saw his first UFO in 1988 at the age of fourteen, and five years later, in 1993, he had his first telepathic contact experience, while observing a craft. In this article, he describes how he met with 54 other people from all over the world at Mt. Shasta in August 2012. On Sunday 26 August, he had a physical contact experience where he was beamed aboard a ship, and got to meet the extraterrestrials he had been having telepathic contact with face to face. Most of the article deals with his encounter on board the ship, and the conversations he had.

Giorgio Piacenza Cabrera, B.A., wrote the fifth article of this volume, “Integral Exopolitics.” In it, he explores how Ken Wilber’s “Integral Theory” could be applied to Exopolitics, and as such could assist in its different fields, such as the promotion exopolitical activism, the gathering of evidence, or galactic diplomacy. When one has a contact experience, or if Disclosure actually occurs, a more-encompassing frame of reference – a “meta framework” – is needed to make sense of the complex social, cultural, scientific, spiritual and psychological implications of contact. Ken Wilber’s “Integral Theory” aims to provide such a comprehensive model, which can enhance many orthodox and non-orthodox academic fields including the emerging field of “exopolitics.” The author makes the case that there is an urgent need for a shared understanding of how the entire “Kosmos” is organized. Ken Wilber’s “Integral Theory” in its current stage could possess a few of the general elements of a beginner’s “Cosmic ABC” necessary to build a much vaster scientific and metaphysical Integral Knowledge, and – conceivably – a better rapport with extraterrestrials.

The sixth article, “The Creation of Modern Man, his Society, Culture, Civilisation and Religions by Extraterrestrial Races” is by Wendy Flentri. In it, she explores the role played by the Anunnaki in the creation and subsequent history of mankind. She concludes there is overwhelming evidence which demands new ways of explaining our existence. As puzzle pieces slot together, a complex picture emerges incorporating Evolution Theory, ancient aliens and Creationism. Ancient myths are proving to be accounts explaining ancient technologies, extraordinary beings and occurrences shaping all aspects of our existence and witnessed/reported by our primitive ancestors.

The seventh and final article again is by Giorgio Piacenza, and is called “Toward an Exo-hierology: Extraterrestrials, Human Contacts with the Cosmos and a Sense of the Sacred.” Analyzing a number of case studies of Andean contactees, the author finds that the contactees and the Extraterrestrials who befriended them have a trait in common: a sense of the sacred.

On 12th October 2013 a historic event took place in Exopolitical arena, a group of 20 Chinese UFO enthusiasts departed from Hong Kong and China en route to the USA under the tutelage of Neil Gould – Director of Exopolitics Institute, Cheuk Fei – HK media host MJ13, Jake Gould –Exo-filmmaker and Stan Ho – Exo Cert., for the exo-tour of a lifetime. The objectives were to engage in discussions with top exopolitical researchers, contactees and experience the paranormal at the infamous Bradshaw Ranch, UFO sightings and to take part in human initiated ET contact -CE5 (close encounters of the fifth kind), a program endorsed by the Exopolitics Institute Certification Program.

 

2 weeks before departure workshops were arranged in Hong Kong to train the participants in CE5 protocols and to prepare them in facing new and altered realities. The CE5 was performed inside an office on the 14th floor in Cheuk Fei’s WebTV studio downtown Hong Kong. Stan Ho had provided reading material beforehand. He then prepared a series of lectures to the group, which included, Contact, 6th man on the moon Dr Edgar Mitchell’s work on the Quantum Hologram and historic aspects of Exopolitics including a document on Einstein and Oppenheimer. Stan Ho holds an Exopolitics Certificate; he is working towards his Exopolitics Diploma. Neil and Jake led the CE5 and within seconds each of the radars went off individually, indicating an ETV lock-on. After the group meditation was over half the participant were dizzy and several reported vivid dreams.

Upon arrival in the USA the first visit was to Janet airlines, then to Bob Bigalow’s  aerospace complex, then finally ending up at Area 51. The secret airline ferrying staff to and from Area 51, the Alien insignia on Bungalow’s rooftop; the shocking discovery that a shadow group was in control of a facility where should one cross the line, the use of deadly force is authorized; these issues stunned the Chinese group. Many simply became angry, some were deeply upset as they were forced to reevaluate their worldview. They now understood the structures and constructs that allowed the CIA to operate at Groom Lake; under the cover of “Indian Territory” to facilitate secrecy and its quasi legality.

The following day the destination was Sedona; almost immediately as the coach left the luxurious Luxor Hotel in Vegas, silver daylight disks followed the bus the whole 3 hour journey, hovering both sides of the bus at perhaps a few thousand feet altitude; the group taking as many pictures as the “visitors” would allow. Upon arrival at the Enchantment Resort the group pondered the many rumors surrounding this controversial resort then headed for a group initiation and welcoming by the Sky-People through a local Shaman; his dancing and clapping rituals were physically exhausting leaving most of the group out of breath.

Up early in the morning the group headed for Sedona’s “Energy Vortices” and “Portals”, taking the opportunity to meditate and climb to the highest possible point hoping to adjust their minds in preparation for the CE5 that evening. Just before sunset the convoy of Jeeps led by Cheuk Fei headed for a clearing to set up for human initiated contact. Kim Carlsberg and Jake Gould set up the boom box to broadcast the “Call Tones” and the TV monitor and over the next few hours over 50 craft flew high up overhead; some craft were quite low facilitating good video opportunities. The following night the second CE5 produced 17 further sightings and a transdimensional manifestation on the ground less than 20 meters from a small group. As the dome shape object twinkled on the ground it attracted Kim Carlsberg to walk over followed by Andrew French, a student at the Exopolitics Institute Certification Program. The outline of a life form leaving the ship was clearly visible to those standing nearby.

Tom Dongo, Sedona’s veteran UFO and paranormal researcher held the group spellbound with accounts of anomalous events around Sedona and on the Bradshaw Ranch. This prompted a visit by the group to the Bradshaw Ranch; interdimensional beings were photographed and videoed walking in front of Neil Gould; Stan Ho caught the beings in photographs as synchronicities pulled at the fields of consciousness drawing out the ET faces from the local scrub. The group caught orbs, lights and faces that formed from a smoky etheric substance. All these events were topped when Kim Carlsberg appealed to the beings to give a sign that they were truly there; the group’s attention was transfixed on the windmill, which was stationary. At the end of Kim’s plea, the windmill began to turn without any evidence of wind. These phenomenon’s will be available in the video release of this Exo-tour.

British Scientists Claim ET Life May Have Been Found in the Stratosphere

A research team working with the University of Sheffield claims they may have found extraterrestrial life in the stratosphere at approximate altitudes between 25-27 KM. The results are found in the Journal of Cosmology http://journalofcosmology.com/JOC22/milton_diatom.pdf

Milton Wainwright et al analyzed samples taken over northern England by a stratospheric balloon on July 31, 2013. Their article “Isolation of a Diatom Frustule Fragment from the Lower Stratosphere (22-27Km)-Evidence for a Cosmic Origin” includes photographs of the remains of what may be extraterrestrial microorganisms.  Because Earth-based diatom-size organisms do not survive for a long time at these heights the scientists give as their probable origin a comet.

A “frustule” is the hard shell or cell wall of “diatoms” and they are normally composed of silica. “Diatoms” are unicellular organisms normally representing a form of phytoplankton. Phytoplankton are wondering (autotrophic), photosynthesizing micro organisms typically found in the oceans. The balloon had a video camera, an electron microscope and a collecting stub designed to avoid contamination. What would a frustule be doing in the stratosphere at about 25 KM in altitude? The research team used an aseptic electron microscope onboard the balloon and claims that it is the first time an isolated diatom frustule has been obtained from the stratosphere. Moreover, they report that the size and mass of the specimen were especially significant.  The sampling was conducted during the Perseid meteor shower. However, a comet origin is more specifically suggested.

No known Earth-based source at the time of the sampling (as volcanic eruptions may have been) would have sent a diatom to the stratosphere so the possibility of an extraterrestrial origin is given. The team of scientists (also including Christopher E. Rose, Alexander J. Baker, Briston, K.J and N. Chandra Wickramasinghe, Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Leonardo Centre for Tribilogy, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Sheffield, UK; and Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology, University of Buckingham, UK) is trying to determine whether the diatom frustule corresponds to a known earth species but they are quite serious about the possibility of it being of extraterrestrial origin.

Commentary: Even the scientific finding of an extraterrestrial diatom fragment would be a significant step toward the acceptance of extraterrestrial life. This acceptance would contribute to a more open-minded attitude on the current scientific and exopolitical evidence that self-aware, intelligent, extraterrestrial life is already found here among us.

Galactic Diplomacy: Interview with a Nordic

nordicA discussion between Neil Gould, Director of the Exopolitics Institute and Cheuk Fei, host of MJ13, Hong Kong’s Exo Media Platform including analysis of a document containing a channeled interview between a Nordic ET and human. The film makes it clear that whilst channeled information cannot be regarded as an absolute truth, it can certainly be compared against core information [testimony from contactees] collected from researchers. In this film part of the discussion centers around an exhausting attempt to set aside anthropocentricism and in some sort of bizarre way adopt the perspectives of ET; the findings are that human expectations and position in the food chain are less significant than the preservation of the planet against its destruction by mankind.

Area 51 is now official: where are the alien spaceships?

Area-51-map-with signCIA has admitted for the first time that Area 51 exists by officially acknowledging it by name in a document released through the Freedom of Information Act. Major media networks today gave wide coverage to the CIA admission that Area 51 is real. The CIA document was released to Jeffrey Richelson, a Senior Fellow at the National Security Archive, George Washington University who requested further information on the history of the U-2 Spy Plane. In the document, the CIA acknowledges that Area 51 was chosen due to the suitability of the Groom Lake dry sand flat for testing secret spy planes. What the CIA document didn’t mention was another dry lake bed nearby, Papoose Lake, which is only 12 miles away. According to whistleblowers, this is the location of an even more secretive facility called S-4 where a variety of saucer shaped spacecraft are tested and reverse engineered. This is the facility named by Bob Lazar in 1989 who briefly worked there, and disclosed all to George Knapp in a series of interviews for Las Vegas television station KLAS. S-4 is where you will find alien spacecraft and even live extraterrestrials according to Lazar and other whistleblowers.

According to the document released by the CIA, The Central Intelligence Agency and Overhead Reconnaissance: The U-2 and Oxcart Programs, Area 51 was discovered in April 12, 1955 during an overflight and landing at Groom Lake located near the Nevada (Atomic) Test Site. The document authors, Gregory Pedlow and Donald Welzenbach, wrote that no less than the U.S. President officially approved the building of the secret facilities at Area 51: “President Eisenhower also approved the addition of this strip of wasteland, known by its map designation as Area 51, to the Nevada Test Site.”

According to Richelson, the official acknowledgment:

… marks an end of official secrecy about the facts of Area 51. It opens up the possibility that future accounts of this and other aerial projects will be less redacted, more fully explained in terms of their presence in Area 51.

What Richelson doesn’t mention, along with the authors of the CIA document, is another facility nearby at Papoose Lake. This is where the whistleblower Bob Lazar claims to have been taken after flying to Area 51 from Las Vegas on a JANET flight – an air shuttle for Area 51 workers. Lazar claims to have personally seen up to nine different flying saucer type craft, some of which were alien in origin. Lazar worked on the propulsion system and was paid by an unacknowledged branch of the US Navy called the Department of Naval Intelligence. Lazar eventually decided to go public, and become a whistleblower. His interviews with George Knapp from KLAS-TV became world famous, and put Area 51 on the map for UFO investigators.

More recently, in May 2013, a retired CIA agent going by the pseudonym ‘Kewper’ gave video testimony before six retired members of the US Congress about an incident involving President Eisenhower requesting information and access to the S-4 facility in 1958. It appears that in the three years or so since the building of Area 51 and the adjacent S-4 facility, that the managers of S-4 decided to withhold information about what was happening there. Eisenhower had to threaten to invade S-4 with the US First Army before its managers decided to share classified information with him. According to the CIA agent, the S-4 facility housed a number of extraterrestrial space vehicles along with a captured live alien that he personally saw. His CIA boss, along with other agents, even got to directly interview the live alien. In 1997, a whistleblower using the pseudonym Victor, released a video of a live alien being interviewed at S-4.

The official acknowledgement by the CIA that Area 51 exists is welcome advance in getting the CIA to release information about secret aviation projects near Groom Lake. However, the testimony by Lazar, Kewper and others suggests that Area 51 is not where the most classified projects take place. Area 51 is a convenient cover for even more secretive advanced aviation programs housed at S-4 at the nearby Papoose Lake. The CIA is only telling a half-truth that you won’t find any extraterrestrial technologies or alien beings at Area 51 according to Lazar and others. It is at the nearby S-4 facility next to Papoose Lake where alien spacecraft and their pilots can be found.

Alien interview video: hoax or real thing?

alien interview videoIn 1997 an anonymous whistleblower calling himself “Victor” came forward to tell a fantastic story about a captured alien held at a remote secret U.S. facility near Area 51, Nevada called S-4. What made Victor different was that he had a video to prove what he was saying was real. The Alien Interview video has been controversial since it was first aired in 1997 in a documentary titled: Area 51: The Alien Interview. Experts have analyzed the video frame by frame and are still divided over its authenticity. Jim Dilettoso, a highly respected image analyst did not find any evidence of fraud in his frame by frame analysis of the video. On the other hand, a Hollywood special effects expert believed the video used a puppet in an elaborate fraud. Recently, another whistleblower has come forward to give startling corroboration of the content in Victor’s video. Apparently, S-4 is the secure military facility where live extraterrestrials are taken for questioning by authorized officials.

The video itself takes place in a darkened room where a large headed creature with big black eyes appearing like a classic Gray alien is being interviewed. Two individuals appear to be conducting the interview. One is allegedly a general asking questions while the other is a telepathic communicator relaying the alien’s responses. Towards the end of the nearly three minute video segment, the Gray alien being appears to have breathing difficulties and is helped by two medics who rush into the room to give assistance. The video released by Victor had the audio removed allegedly to protect identities, so Victor added his own commentary to one version to explain what was happening.

Victor does not provide many specifics about his work at the S-4 facility where the video interview occurred. He claims that he came into possession of a digital version of the video after it had been transferred from the original analog version. Victor smuggled the digital copy out of the S-4 facility and made a VHS copy which he took to various major news networks to have it released as part of a major disclosure. He was rejected by the major networks and had to settle for a home video company called Rocket Pictures which paid him an undisclosed amount of money. A one hour documentary that focused on Victor’s revelations was produced with the title: Area 51: The Alien Interview. Victor was also interviewed on May 23 by Art Bell and Sean David Morton on Coast to Coast AM radio where he elaborated on aspects of his involvement at S-4. That was the last time the public was to hear from Victor.

There are aspects of Victor’s role that immediately raise suspicion over whether he was truly acting alone. Victor used voice distortion software to hide his voice in the two interviews he did with Rocket Pictures and Coast to Coast AM. He claims he did so to protect his anonymity, yet it also ensures that his identity and history can’t be independently confirmed. Most importantly, Victor says that he traveled to major news companies such as Fox News to get them to air the video. It’s inconceivable that someone at Fox or any other major media network would not have attempted some form of due diligence that would not have alerted authorities that someone had footage of a live alien being interviewed. This suggests that Victor, perhaps unwittingly, had been allowed to take the video out of S-4 with the aim of releasing it publicly with some degree of official complicity. Perhaps some authorities wanted to establish plausible deniability while preparing the public for the truth about alien life. Alternatively, the video may be part of an official disinformation effort to muddy the waters about what is known about extraterrestrial life and Victor was a willing participant.

Very recently, there have been developments that lend plausibility to Victor’s video. In May 2013, video testimony emerged of another whistleblower who was a former CIA agent using the pseudonym “Kewper.” Kewper revealed that in 1958 President Eisenhower had to threaten to invade Area 51 and S-4 to find out what was happening with the extraterrestrial programs there. The agent and his CIA superior travelled to Area 51 under Eisenhower’s orders, and his boss questioned a Gray alien at the S-4 facility. The alien answered various questions concerning its origins and motivations that the whistleblower Kewper relayed at an earlier 1998 interview with Linda Moulton Howe. This is startling corroboration of Victor’s claim that the S-4 facility has housed live aliens for periods of time who have been questioned by various officials.

Victor’s alien was allegedly captured in 1989 and interviewed at S-4 in January 1991. Apparently it was a different alien to what the CIA agent’s boss had seen and interviewed back in 1958. There have been other whistleblowers who have claimed to have worked at S-4 and witnessed a live alien being housed there. These include Robert Lazar (1988)  and Dan Burisch (1994).

There is much testimonial evidence that 12 miles south of Area 51 there is a highly classified facility called S-4 that in the past has housed different extraterrestrial entities for limited periods starting as early as 1953. To this pool of testimonial evidence we can add the live alien video. If genuine, it is hard evidence that extraterrestrials have been held at classified military facilities, and have been interviewed by various officials who have yet to share with the general public what they have learned.

Will Vatican declaration of an alien savior spark a religious war?

ExoVaticanaNew-350pxExovaticana is both an informative and dangerous book. Informative insofar as the authors, Chris Putnam and Thomas Horn, provide extensive scholarship into the history of the Catholic Church and its evolving position on extraterrestrial life. They claim that the Catholic Church has begun a global dialogue on extraterrestrial life where Pope Francis I will ultimately disclose the former’s existence to the world. Exovaticana is dangerous insofar as Putnam and Horn undergird it with some powerful religious prejudices about the motivations of alien visitors to our world. They claim that biblical scripture is a solid foundation for understanding that aliens are demonic entities who destructively intervened in human history, and are about to return and do so again. In contrast, according to Putnam and Horn, Pope Francis I is preparing to lead the Catholic Church to embrace the returning/visiting aliens as “brothers in Christ” – reflective of the 1950s and 1960s contactee reports of benevolent “space brothers.” Putnam’s and Horn’s Exovaticana portends a future religious war between those accepting visiting extraterrestrials as “brothers in Christ” and those believing them to be returning demons about to enslave us.

Putnam’s and Horn’s main thesis is that the Catholic Church is about to move publicly forward in a bold way on the issue of disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life. They claim:

[W]hen reading Exo-Vaticana, the number of documents and the amount of commentary evidence on the part of Rome’s astronomers and the Vatican’s emerging theology as conveyed herein would be enough in a legal proceeding to convince the majority of a grand jury to determine “probable cause” – that is, to conclude beyond reasonable doubt that the Vatican has intentionally positioned itself to be the religious authority on, and ecclesiastical benefactor of, Official Disclosure: the imminent and authorized public admission by world governments of advanced extraterrestrial intelligence. (p 523)

In Petrus Romanus, their previous book, Putnam and Horn revealed how the Catholic Church has acted to fulfill a 12th century prophesy by St Malachy about the last Pope – Petrus Romanus – who will lead the Catholic Church during the End Times described in the Book of Revelations. Putnan and Horn provided detailed analysis of the Malachy Prophesy and how the current Pope Francis I is Petrus Romanus. The dissolution of the Catholic Church – as we know it – will come about due to events associated with the visitation of extraterrestrial life, and emergence of an alien savior. Putnam and Horn write:

The investigation you are reading uncovers this clandestine blueprint … and along the way, an astonishing exotheological plan by the Vatican itself for the arrival of an alien savior intelligence …and its connection with Petrus Romanus, the Final Pope. Pope Benedict resigned as this book headed to the printer. By now, the world knows who Petrus Romanus is. But do you know his role for the alien savior? (337-38).

Not only is Pope Francis I destined to disclose the existence of alien life, according to Putnam and Horn, but he will endorse a radical exotheological position of alien saviors on other worlds which is promoted by the Jesuit community. That is the idea that alien worlds may have had their own unique experience of the second aspect of the Christian Trinity – an alien ‘Jesus Christ’ may have lived and died on more than one exoplanet. This would mean that Christian salvation would not be unique to earth, and that aliens could have their own Christic traditions and religious insights.

For the Catholic Church, according to Putnam and Horn, this would make it possible to accept aliens as “brothers in Christ.” They cite the Pope’s chief astronomer, a fellow Jesuit, for endorsing this very idea in 2009 when he said: “To use St. Francis’ words, if we consider earthly creatures as ‘brothers’ and ‘sisters,’ why can’t we also speak of an ‘extraterrestrial brother?”

Putnam and Horn cite Father Kenneth J. Delano who proposes the possibility that visiting aliens are ethically superior as evidence of the Vatican’s developing exotheological position :

For man to take his proper place as a citizen of the universe, he must transcend the narrow-mindedness of his earthly provincialism and be prepared to graciously accept the inhabitants of other worlds as equals or even superiors. At this point in human history, our expansion into space is the necessary means by which we are to develop our intellectual faculties to the utmost and perhaps in cooperation with ETI, achieve the maximum consciousness… (pp. 555-56)

Putnam and Horn cite the key role of Teilhard de Chardin, a famed Jesuit, in influencing the Vatican’s belief in extraterrestrial life. Chardin wrote:

… considering what we know now know about the number of “worlds” and their internal evolution, the idea of a single hominized planet in the universe has already become I fact … almost as inconceivable as that of a man who appeared with no generic relationship to the rest of the earth’s animal population. At an average of (at least) one human race per galaxy, that makes a total of millions of human races dotted all over the heavens (p. 288).

De Chardin’s influence over Catholic theology can be recognized in a homily by Pope Benedict in 2009 that Putnam and Horn cite as key evidence of Vatican’s preparations for the introduction of an extraterrestrial inspired theology:

The role of the priesthood is to consecrate the world so that it may become a living host, a liturgy: so that the liturgy may not be something alongside the reality of the world, but that the world itself shall become a living host, a liturgy. This is also the great vision of Teilhard de Chardin: in the end we shall achieve a true cosmic liturgy, when the cosmos becomes a living host. (p. 564)

As to the question of the identity of the extraterrestrials that the Catholic Church appears to be preparing for, Putnam and Horn are very clear:

… we have scant evidence that we are dealing with nuts-and-bolts-type craft, and even if so, it is not a matter of need, rather subterfuge to promote belief in space aliens camouflaging demonic entities. (p.231)

They describe the “space aliens camouflaging demonic entities” as fallen angels or “Watchers” that first landed on Earth at the biblical location of Mount Hermon. They go on to describe how once the fallen angels spawned a race of giants:

 … the extraterrestrial beings that landed there and those that used women to birth the original giants called Anakim and Nephilim (and other abnormal creations in the Day of Noah (p. 469).

Putnam and Horn go on to endorse J.R Church who wrote: “Perhaps  the original group of Nephilim were scouts for a much larger force of demonic angels who, under the leadership of Satan came to Earth after the Flood (p 469).” They claim that the atmosphere is the domain of these rebellious spirits or fallen angels:

Given that the biblical and occult sources agree, we have ample grounds to posit that the atmosphere – where the majority of strange sightings occur – is the realm of these rebel spirits. It seems inescapable that fallen angels are the source of some UAP or UFOs. (p. 512)

Finally, we get to the crux of Putnam’s and Horn’s book. This is where they believe that the Vatican is preparing its Catholic adherents to embrace extraterrestrial saviors who are “demons in disguise”:

Given that the Vatican holds sway to over 1 billion followers as well as influencing an even greater number of peoples, governments, and policies world-wide, and puny obstacles to their revised Christianity will thus hardly keep most of the world’s “spiritual” people from wholeheartedly embracing the alien serpent –saviors on their arrival (546-47).

What do we make of the fantastic claim by Putnam and Horn that the Vatican is embracing demons camouflaged as extraterrestrials as future saviors of the Church and humanity?  Much of it is based on the skewed writings of UFO authors who ignore the extensive literature revealing the benign activities and intentions of many extraterrestrials visitors – far removed from the abduction phenomenon.

Putnam and Horn quote Richard Dolan and Bryce Zabel , authors of A.D. After Disclosure, who give serious credence to the idea of “demons camouflaged as extraterrestrials”:

If the Christians are right about how they interpret the UFO phenomenon, it is hoped that the rest of humanity will thank them for their stand against a demonic presence masking as extraterrestrials. If they are wrong, or even incomplete, in their analysis, they will be seen as obstructionist or even dangerous, refusing to see the truth that stares them in the face.  (221)

As a widely cited UFO historian, Dolan displays his and his co-author’s blind side here in considering “a demonic presence masking as extraterrestrials” as a plausible evaluation of the extraterrestrial phenomenon. In an online extract from their book on the religious implications of extraterrestrial disclosure, it becomes clear that Dolan and Zabel only take seriously the abduction phenomenon for assessing the motivations of visiting extraterrestrials. They don’t consider evidence from early “contactee reports” where human looking “space brothers” were claimed to have arrived to help humanity navigate the perils of the nuclear age.

Initial reports of human-looking extraterrestrials were overwhelmingly benign and non-invasive, suggesting that the “space brothers” were highly advanced ethically as well as technologically.  Dolan has written two earlier books on UFOs and the National Security State, in neither does he take seriously early contactee reports of friendly human alien contact. Zabel, co-creator of the television series Dark Skies, similarly focused on the abduction phenomenon and the invasive aspect of extraterrestrials behind it – again ignoring contactee reports entirely. Putnam and Horn, like Dolan and Zabel, focus on the invasive nature of the abduction phenomenon and the extraterrestrial entities behind it. This is a dangerously skewed position to take in attempting to evaluate the motivations of extraterrestrial visitors in general, let alone their impact on world religions.

In addition to putting a negative spin on the motivations of visiting extraterrestrial life based on data exclusively from the abduction phenomenon, Putnam and Horn are against the idea of there being possible alien christs that incarnated on other worlds:

The most compelling biblical argument for the uniqueness of terrestrial life is the incarnation. The Second Person of the Trinity, the One who brought the entire universe into existence (John 1:1-3, Colossians 1:16-17; Hebrew 1:1-2), became an everlasting member of the human race in the incarnation (John 1:14; 1 Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 7:24-25). He ascended to heaven bodily and sits on His throne as a man. This strongly counts against the existence of extraterrestrials and multiple incarnations on alien worlds. (p. 216).

Putnam’s and Horn’s dismissal of possible alien christs that incarnated on other worlds displays an astounding homo chauvinism. This leads to them concluding Exovaticana with the exhortation:

 We … suggest aggressive preparation for an Antichristogenesis – an Alien Serpent Savior  … it is obvious to all now that the Vatican has cleverly prepared for his coming…  (pp. 556-57).

“Aggressive preparation” appears to be a codeword for a possible religious war where evangelical Christians will collaborate with UFO abduction researchers who take a negatively skewed approach in evaluating the motivations of alien visitors. High on this religious war agenda would be an effort to sabotage any constructive dialogue or cooperation with extraterrestrial life.

Putnam and Horn are very likely correct in their assessment that the Vatican and the Catholic Church is positioning itself to accept extraterrestrial visitors as “brothers in Christ.” In that regard, we might all be surprised by the future role to be taken by the Vatican in disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life. Exovaticana, insofar as it presents the history of the Catholic Church’s position on extraterrestrial life is very informative and helpful.

 Exovaticana is dangerous insofar as it skews data towards an overly negative assessment of the motivations of extraterrestrial visitors. Evidence clearly shows that not all alien visitors have behaved in ways that could be considered harmful to humanity’s vital interests, or violating the rights of individuals. A more balanced approach, as found in the new book Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET is needed – where a comprehensive evaluation of all data on extraterrestrial visitors is analyzed. This will help ensure that humanity moves harmoniously into a wider galactic society where our vital interests are respected, rather than precipitate a religious (interplanetary) war as Exovaticana appears to be advocating.

A photo of what looks like a squirrel or rat on Mars first released in September 2012 suddenly became a hot topic after Fox News covered the story on May 29. Fox was quickly followed by Discovery News, International Business Times and other major news outlets. It appears that the mainstream news is interested in raising the possibility that the Curiosity Rover is capturing images of life on Mars, even though the coverage is slanted towards dismissing such a possibility. In the meantime NASA has remained silent on photographic evidence of animals on Mars from its own Mars rover instruments. According to NASA, Mars atmosphere is 95% carbon dioxide with only a trace amount of oxygen 0.13% – not enough to sustain animal life on Mars. If Mars atmosphere is inhospitable to life what is the Curiosity Rover photographing on Mars – rocks that look like animals, animal life that has somehow adapted to live in the Martian atmosphere, or Earth animals released in secret NASA experiments on Mars?

The Curiosity Rover mission photographed what appears to be a rodent of some kind – a rat or squirrel – back on September 28, 2012. Scott Waring from UFO Sightings was the first to post the story about what he thought looked like a squirrel on December 4. He wrote:

A friend emailed this in to me today … and it’s really amazing and strange. I guess that’s why I love this one so much. It’s a cute rodent on Mars. Note it’s lighter color upper and lower eyelids, it’s nose and cheek areas, its ear, its front leg and stomach. Looks similar to a squirrel camouflaged in the stones and sand by its colors. …

There was no mainstream news interest in Waring’s fascinating discovery. Joseph Skipper from Mars Anomaly Research provided the first detailed analysis of the photo with an article on May 10 where he claimed:

Believe it or not, in the above image shown just a presented [sic] by NASA and with no graphics work in it by me, there is very strong anomalous life evidence of mammal life. The question is it of life on Mars similar to that here on Earth encountered by the Curiosity rover on Mars Sol 52 or, alternatively, is it proof that someone has been messing around with the imaging and managed to miss something very important, something revealing what is really going on with the Curiosity imaging.

In the Fox News story, the writers favored the conclusion that the photo depicted rock with an animal face in it:

Others pointed out that the similarity in coloring and position mean it was most likely just a rock, fingering the psychology phenomenon known as pareidolia, a propensity to pick out faces from everyday objects and structures.

Charles Poladian from the International Business Times embraced Fox News explanation  that it was the psychological problem of pareidolia.  Ian O’Neill from Discovery News followed up and mocked the idea that the photo was of a real animal on Mars:

But as you may have guessed, after exercising an ounce of logical thought, what was once a cute furry four-legged creature suddenly becomes… wait for it… this is a good one… a rock. And there you have it ladies and gentlemen: We’ve found a rock on Mars… that looks like a rat.

While the major news media were dismissive that the NASA/JPL photo showed an actual animal on Mars, there was an interesting possibility raised by Scott Waring in an update:

A lot of people are emailing me saying that this squirrel was part of a NASA experiment to test  how long it would live on the surface of Mars and I do believe this does sound like something they might do. Why would they not tell us about it? Because the squirrel would be expected to die eventually and that would get PETA to fight against them in a court of law. SCW

Could animal life survive on Mars in some secret NASA experiment testing adaptability to high carbon dioxide levels? According to the AVMA Guidelines for the Euthanasia of Animals:

Inhalation of CO2 at a concentration of 7.5% increases pain threshold, and concentrations of 30% and higher cause deep anesthesia and death with pro­longed exposure … In rats, un­consciousness is induced in approximately 12 to 33 seconds with 80% to 100% CO2 and 40 to 50 seconds with 70% CO2.

Not all animals immediately succumb to high carbon dioxide and can resist for varying lengths of time according to the AVMA guidelines:

On the day of birth, rats and mice ex­posed to 100% CO2 required exposure times of 35 and 50 minutes, respectively, to ensure death. By 10 days of age, exposure times of 5 minutes were sufficient to en­sure death.272,273 For adult mink, 5 minutes of exposure is sufficient to ensure death using 100% CO2, but not using 70% CO2. Rabbits of the genus Oryctolagus also have prolonged survival times when exposed to CO2.

It’s possible that earth animals released on Mars may survive for extended periods – enough to be monitored in secret experiments.

There are three possible conclusions over the squirrel/rat photo taken on Mars. One, the photos depict rocks that appear to be animals in a case of pareidolia, as sceptics insist. Two, terrestrial animals have been released on Mars in some secret NASA experiment monitored by the Curiosity mission. Finally, the percentage of carbon dioxide and oxygen on Mars is not what NASA is telling us and indigenous animal life exists on Mars.

Place your bet on extraterrestrial contact

UFOs-bettingIn a curious step forward in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence, an Australian betting service is now accepting online bets for when a major government announces ‘Contact’. Sportsbet is an Australian online betting service and in its novelty bets category it has a bet for “First Country to have contact.” So far the USA is the favorite at 3 to 1, but Australia is a close second at 4 to 1, followed by Russia and China both at 6 to 1. Long shots are Scotland and New Zealand at 41 to 1. October 2013 has been set as the deadline for the contact announcement by an official Head of State. The Alien contact bet might just be a curiosity from a nation of gamblers. Alternatively, someone in high authority knows something we don’t and has leaked information about a forthcoming major announcement about official contact with extraterrestrial life.

The Sportsbet specifically states that the bet:

Applies to the first standing head of state to confirm their country has been in contact with alternative life beings from another planet before Oct 2013.

Bets can be placed from most countries around the world. If you reside in the USA, unfortunately you will not be able to bet. The alien contact bet comes soon after a group of six former members of the U.S. Congress heard a “Citizens Hearing on Disclosure,” and then called for the United Nations General Assembly to convene an international conference on extraterrestrial life. The former Congressional members were betting on the United Nations rather than the US Congress to take the lead on gathering evidence of extraterrestrial life, and making any public announcement.

Cultural attitudes about alien life are shifting in a way that suggests humanity is getting ready for a major announcement that we are not alone – or at least is ready to make bets about it. My own bet is on Pope Francis I to be the first Head of State to announce official contact.

The Vatican has been allowing its astronomers to make public statements about the theological implications of extraterrestrial life over the last four years. According to a best-selling book, Exovaticana, the Vatican is positioning itself to work closely with extraterrestrial intelligences to establish a new global faith. According to the authors of Exovaticana, Chris Putnam and Tom Horn, alien contact has already happened. If Pope Francis or another Head of State plans to announce extraterrestrial contact, they have until October 2013 to do so – otherwise there will be a lot of disappointed alien contact gamblers.
