Did space aliens kill President KennedyA new book on UFOs and U.S. Presidents has created quite a stir with sensational headlines about an alien connection to the JFK assassination by several mainstream U.S. news media sources. The New York Post led the charge on March 22 with the headline: “Aliens killed Kennedy! And other wild tales of UFOs vs. the USA.”  The Business Standard followed up today with the headline: “Aliens planned John F. Kennedy’s assassination, claims author.” So did space aliens really kill President Kennedy?

The headlines derive from Larry Holcombe’s new book, The Presidents and UFOs: A Secret History from FDR to Obama. In it Holcomb covers the history of how U.S. Presidents have responded to the UFO issue. Holcomb cites a number of FOIA documents and leaked “Majestic” documents in presenting his history. The chapter on President Kennedy is what got mainstream media attention. Here is how the New York Post summarized Holcombe’s views:

Holcombe cites a classified CIA communication from the Kennedy era that reads, in part, “when conditions become nonconductive for growth in our environment and Washington cannot be influenced any further . . . it should be ‘wet.’ ” Since “wet” was Soviet code for “assassination,” Holcombe thinks this could be CIA code for a plot to kill Kennedy. Why? He was considering telling the world that aliens existed, of course.

The classified CIA document is known among UFO researchers as the “Burned Memo”, and has generated much interest since first made available by Dr Robert Wood and Ryan Wood on their Majestic.com website. The “Burned Memo” does indicate that a mysterious committee called the MJ-12 Special Studies group was setting policy on how to respond to President Kennedy’s efforts to get access to classified UFOs. The “Burned Memo” contains eight directives – the last of which was an assassination directive called “Project Environment.”

The 2013 book, Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’s Assassination goes into length about the membership of MJ-12 and the timeline behind the drafting of the Burned Memo. Kennedy’s Last Stand asserts that the CIA’s head of counterintelligence, James Jesus Angleton, orchestrated the JFK assassination on behalf of the directives issued by the MJ-12 Group. Kennedy’s Last Stand identifies the most likely members of the MJ-12 committee at the time the Burned Memo was drafted. All were prominent military and civilian officials – none of whom appeared to be space aliens. So the New York Post article doesn’t appear to be correct in making the case that space aliens were responsible for Kennedy’s assassination.

However, before dismissing any alien involvement in the Kennedy assassination, one needs to consider the full implications of what President Obama said on March 12 on Jimmy Kimmel Live. In response to Kimmel’s question about how he would seek to gain access to UFO files and Area 51 if he were president, Obama said:

The aliens won’t let it happen. You’d reveal all their secrets. They exercise strict control over us.

While Obama’s comments were widely interpreted as a joke by most mainstream media, it’s important to mention that only a month earlier, John Podesta, Obama’s counselor for energy policy and the environment said that his biggest failure for 2014 was: “Once again not securing the #disclosure of the UFO files.”

Podesta’s frank admission of failure was interpreted as evidence that there exist powerful government and/or corporate forces enforcing UFO secrecy. Obama’s comments on Jimmy Kimmel Live raises another possibility. Space aliens themselves, at least some of them, play a key role in maintaining UFO secrecy.

Podesta’s frustration over the inability of the Obama administration to gain access to classified UFO files was almost certainly shared by President Obama. Podesta’s statement now makes clear the full context of Obama’s space alien comments on Jimmy Kimmel live. His comment that space aliens “exercise strict control over us” was no joke. He was making an important admission about who was ultimately in control when it comes to gaining access to classified UFO files.

If space aliens were responsible for blocking the Obama’s administration’s access to classified UFO then it stands to reason that they played a similar role during the Kennedy administration. Kennedy’s interest in UFO files started during World War 2 when he witnessed captured Nazi technologies, some of which were UFOs, is discussed in Kennedy’s Last Stand. A new Kickstarter film project that goes into more detail on Kennedy’s knowledge of Nazi UFOs, reverse engineering captured UFOs and alien life is planned to be released on Nov 22, the 52nd anniversary of the JFK assassination.

The New York Post and Business Standard headlines on aliens and the JFK assassination may appear to be outlandish. Yet when one examines all the available evidence on President Kennedy’s knowledge of classified UFOs and Obama’s recent comments, it may not be that outlandish after all. Space aliens, at least some of them, may have played a key role in the Kennedy Assassination.

As in the movie CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND, I was invited.

This 1977 film began my life as a researcher because I went to find the father of Ufology, Astronomer Dr. J Allen Hynek, and I worked with him for 6 years until he died. So it is logical that the film invitation would be followed by a invitation to experience actual contact 34 years later on September 21st, 2014.

This past year, I was researching Contact from the Stars and Spacebrother / Human-type alien interactions when I encountered Ricardo González from Peru. I interviewed him for my Italian magazine X-TIMES.

His Extraterrestrial contact is the three meter tall, muscular Spaceman named ANTAREL from the Alpha Centauri system.

Ricardo is perhaps one the most prepared, brilliant researchers in the world. He is impressive with his commitment to world peace and his search for truth and his many travels around the world. He is a Peruvian who lives in Argentina with his companion SOL SANFELICE , who has the singing voice of an Angel.

Ricardo has a group of 7 confidants, including SOL SANFELICE, his companion. Corinna Muzi was my Spanish interpreter as she speaks Italian, my first language. She was another of the 7 confidants —  friends who travel with Ricardo and with whom he has recently returned from ALTAI in Russia. They all were very aware of the precarious, geopolitical situation that interests, not only us, but the star people. In three days on Mount Shasta, we surrounded the planet with light, chanting OM and meditating and praying for peace.

In August of this year, Ricardo wrote me that he was holding his annual Mount Shasta meditation seminar and that Antarel asked I be present. I have always wanted to go to Mount Shasta, and for three days that I was there with 165 Spanish speaking participants. It was an emotional experience.

We were sleeping in tents under the stars, fasting — with little food — to raise the vibration, and meditating on WORLD PEACE most of each day. It was here that I experienced a life changing moment. I was quite content to be part of this wonderful group of Hispanic light workers, knowing that Extraterrestrial craft was flying over our heads — at times captured by Ricardo’s night vision equipment. At 20:00 hours, two UFOs flew parallel over our heads as predicted [see video above].  It was an omen of things to come.

Around 22.30 PM, the night of the Autumn Equinox, Ricardo asked us to do a most unusual exercise. We were to chant OM in the Sand Flats under the stars, not using any flashlights, with no full moon in total darkness. We were then to disperse and walk in a limited area for one half hour. In that time we were to select a small rock to place on the peace flag which was created out of stones in the main camp site. Then we were to return to our chairs.

The WoodsI noticed my interpreter, Corinna, was missing. It was that moment that Ricardo rushed over to me and said “Antarel is here. My people are with him, do you want this contact? Can you handle it? Can you come to the Forest Area with me?”

It was a terrifying, split second decision that would change my reality forever. My heart was beating very fast.

Antarel had invited 2 more ladies and all three of us held hands, walking toward a corner of the dark forest on Mt Shasta. Ricardo shouted back to his Group to continue meditating with a friend, who he put in charge. It was quite unexpected for him as well. I was on the right side of the group and as long as I my right hand was in the hand of the other woman, I felt safe. From far away, I saw a light mist rise from the ground, on the left side of a spruce tree. Ricardo explained to me that a porthole had opened called a Zendra.

I then saw Corinna and, next to her, Sol Sanfelice, whose arms were stretched out. She was standing still, looking at at a three meter giant in the woods. Sol was inching her way towards him because that was the first time she had seen him in the physical form. She told me later she wanted to embrace him. I was asked to drop the hand of the woman on the right. As I stood in the darkness, that was perhaps the most terrifying moment of all, that feeling of being alone. I could hear Ricardo chanting in the background, as he was not to be part of this encounter.

It was an invitation of CLOSE ENCOUNTERS and a moment in time that transformed a human like me to awareness that the forest, the people, the stars, Antarel and the group were ONE!

Antarel spoke in a language I could not understand. It was an echoing voice, much like a radio transmission. I tried so hard to hear his words that were coming from high on the trees to the right of me. Two words were very very clear “THANK YOU”! They echoed in perfect English. They were perfect and clear and came in an Echo.

We all felt him, some saw him…and he spoke to me. It was Contact. “Thank you” was for all of us. It was what this phenomena is all about. There is no separation.

As terrifying as the darkness, the forest and the situation was, it is that moment which changes everything. I remember when I first met Colonel Corso in Roswell, New Mexico in 1997. He told me that he had contact with an Alien being in Red Canyon and that the ET being asked the colonel to come aboard the ship. The Colonel asked him “What do you have to offer me?” The Extraterrestrial being answered “A NEW WORLD, IF YOU CAN HANDLE IT.”

Seventeen years later, Ricardo González asks Paola Harris,“Can you handle this contact tonight?” It comes full circle in the human experience of my research.

The answer is “YES!” Yes to contact and yes to the Paradigm Shift.

I recently found out that there was a psychic transmission, on September 16th, of this event, which one of Ricardo’s friends drew on paper. There are 3 drawings depicting this very event with my name, marked “Harris,” standing next to that spruce tree in the exact spot I was standing on September 21st. It was all pre-programmed. All I needed to do was
to say “Yes!”

The Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters (F.R.E.E.) is Launched

F.R.E.E. (the Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters) is being launched. It is being organized to bring together psychotherapists, hypnotherapists and other dedicated researchers in the field of general “experiencer” (contactee and-or abduction) research. It also gathers natural scientists and lay researchers under the aegis of astronaut and cosmologist Dr. Edgar Mitchell, PhD.

F.R.E.E. is a step forward toward legitimizing not only UFO research but also the recognition of the possibility that there may actually be interactions with extraterrestrial intelligences ocurring under ways that have not been seriously considered by most academics.

F.R.E.E. is also open to the contributions of academics like social scientists and its explorations and exchanges would benefit from the sincer, well- informed  input of philosophers and theologians. Exopolitics and capable exopoliticians are also welcome in a field that requires open-ended but compatible and healthy integrative collaboration.

F.R.E.E aims at understanding “encounter experiences” in their multiple aspects; a class of human experiences which – due to multiple layers of evidence acummulating over several decades – cannot be simply tossed aside anymore either from a scientific or from ethical point of view. As a unique, real phenomenon experienced by human kind it is significant and the scientific, cultural, ethical and political implications also are quite significant.

F.R.E.E. aims at providing psychological & community support for those individuals that may need it.

F.R.E.E. is open to consider a wide-range of perspectives on a variety of encounter experiences. Moreover, F.R.E.E. also aims at shedding new light into physics (a physics which includes consciousness, ufological “high strangeness” and other “classical reality-challenging” phenomena associated with alleged contacts with extraterrestrial intelligences). This more complete physics is needed to understand how might technologically advanced intelligences reach and interact with us overcoming space-time limitations. Regarding it, the concept of a “quantum hologram” is now being particularly explored  by physicists at F.R.E.E. as it begins to provide an explanatory mechanism that connects non-locality with macroscopic structures as well as quantitative and qualitative aspects of experience.

Evidence should trump over our pet theories about how this should take place. Something unique, real and life-changing to individual humans (albeit different and strange from a conventional perspective) is taking place. These (sometimes information-laden) experiences may be reaching segments of humanity as a way of announcing a vaster reality ahead of the discovery (and official announcement of) exoplanets with detectable organic molecule signatures in their atmospheres or of  intelligently coded radio astronomical signals.

F.R.E.E. is about improving our understanding about who we are as a species in relation to the Cosmos. A greater understanding of the Extraterrestrial Encounter Experience – achieved through serious research standards combined with an open-minded attitude– may  contribute (along with other compatible integrative efforts) to generate more inclusive, politically harmonizing cultural foundations useful to develop a more intelligent coexistence in a highly interdependent planet.

Alien Intervention and Souls – A look into the Reality of Human Life

The reality of the existence of ancient extra terrestrials is becoming more apparent by the most recent findings presented by scientists and archaeologists. Notably, among the most recent and significant is The Ancient Alien Question by Phillip Coppens, Forbidden Archeology by Michael Cremo, The Sirius Documentary by Dr. Steven Greer, the Bosnian Pyramid discovery by Dr. Semir Osmangich, archaeological research by Dr. Klaus Dona, and evidence of ancient civilizations newly reported by the work of Michael Tellinger. The message from highly evolved civilizations such as the high council from Sirius is that they need us to understand our past and prevent the same result in this crucial time of soul evolution for the group soul of planet earth. As the guardians of earth, the beings on this planet must evolve into a higher dimension of the heart chakra and resonate with the vibration of the heart. This will result in the soul evolution of the species and will result in leaving behind the other soul’s on earth whether they are the current earth beings or alien hybrids who aren’t ready to evolve. The other races from planets know this and understand the genetics of the earthlings but they do not have the capacity to give light or to infuse the soul as the beings that seeded earth did and this is what they are seeking. The Sirians and Pleadians brought light to the earth and are here now to complete the mission of helping earth evolve. Be aware but don’t be distracted by the doings of the beings who only want to capture the genetic technology of light/love and soul that they can only achieve by evolving as a consciousness just like we did and just like the earthlings are doing.

Below is an interview with Diane Grimmel, The New Era Times at The Edgar Cayce Center in Houston. that taps into some of the information and gives sources to investigate to help understand the reality of our existence as spiritual beings in the cosmic universe.

Well so you are reporting on some exciting news these days and doing a radio show. What kind of subjects to you cover on your radio show?

On Lost Knowledge, I have interviewed scientists and PhD’s who are reporting on exciting revelations about the history of the earth and providing scientific evidence of the reality of the existence of many species not of the earth who have been around for hundreds of thousands of years. The message is that in order for us to join the Galactic Federation of planets we need to become a peaceful society and this is done by the elevation of our consciousness. And further, we need to do this quickly for 2 reasons, one now is the time of harvest and also we need to declare our sovereignty as a nation.

I cover some complicated topics that challenge us in the sense that we have to expand our senses to reach a level beyond the 3 D dimension of earth. We live in a multi dimensional universe and so we have to expand into new ways of seeing our world.

Q: I noticed that you talked to Carla Rukert from the Law of One.   What kind of information did that interview reveal?

Well the Law of One material was channeled in the 1980’s. It is a social memory complex called Ra which is also called a group soul. This entity has made contact with humans before during the time of Atlantis and also during Egyptian times teaching us about the cosmic world and how to evolve as a species. Ra is from the 6th density, while earth is currently in the third and since 2012, moving into the 4th density. According to Ra, there is a harvest of souls at this time and those who are more evolved into the heart chakra will ascend into the 4th density and the others will repeat to continue to learn those lessons.

Q: This sounds like the Biblical, Hope or other religious prophecies in some ways.

Yes actually all the prophecies seem to highlight that there is going to be a shift to a higher level of consciousness. Some of the energy workers and psychics are reporting an 8th chakra appearing on people that is the portal to the heart consciousness. And there are reports of children being born with expanded abilities and new DNA. So although some people were expecting something like the apocalyptic event and the scenario describe in some Christian text where there is rapture and people just disappear, Ra explains that this harvest of souls happens upon our natural death.

Q: I also understand that you have had guests on your show that remember their previous lives and connection to other planets such as Sirius and Pleiades.

Yes I have had Patricia Cori as a guest who channels the Sirian High Council and Virginia Barrow who has contact with an oracle from Pleiades. The contact with our star ancestors is nothing new. The ancient people did this all the time. We are so afraid to admit that we are not the most advanced civilization that we have tried to shut out the possibility of their existence. But the reality is that earth is right now being contacted by many other societies who have many agendas. The Sirians are much evolved and are more like the cosmic police. The see planets like earth trying to evolve and only intervene when it is absolutely necessary like when we are about to cause great damage to the solar system using atomic energy or HAARP technology to control weather. For those that seek the council from the Sirians, they will receive as Patricia has enormous amounts of information about the origin of the earth, the reality of our present situation and how to implement new healing concepts. The pleadians were part of the original group of star people who came here to help seed planet earth with a light body human. Valerie Barrow tells the story of how they all came on a mission to seed the planet with a light infused race and was attacked by a race that were here at that time. Their ship was nearly destroyed and they lost many of their geneticists in the attack. Nonetheless, they achieved their mission and helped to genetically engineer the existing ape-like creature to upgrade the species. It is being proven now that the Annunacki were here colonizing the planet and genetically engineered a race to help them but did not want them to be immortal and to have souls. All of this information is now coming out and the archeological sites are proving the truth behind the information.   Much of this sound far-fetched but our records are now proving that there was manipulation of human genes in our past from various species who inhabited this planet.

Q: I know that you also talked to Nick Redfern, Andrew Collins and Dr. Semir Osmanagich on your radio show about ancient archeology. Do their findings indicate aliens in our past?

Yes they do support that claim. In Nick Redferns, book Pyramids and the Pentagon, he talks about the remains of a space ship that was found in Mt. Ararat that the governments thinks could be from our flood myth of Noah’s ark and also he has claims of pyramids on Mars and colonies on the moon. Andrew Collins has recently reported that there are portals of entry at various locations around the earth where other dimensional beings can come and go. He goes into detail in his book Light Quest. Dr. Sam from the Bosnian Pyramids is continuing to scientifically prove that the Pyramid Complex in Bosnia is the oldest and largest ever built and was an ancient energy machine used for technologies we are only just beginning to discover. In the halls of the underground tunnels in Bosnia they have found hieroglyphic inscriptions from ancients about the portal. The inscription says,”The portal is closed, we must stay and defend unitil it reopens.” Who could have left this message? Was it the original builders of the pyramids?

We are in an amazing time where we have the opportunity to learn about the past and use the information to advance our species without making the same mistakes as our ancestors. We have to open our minds and as a society is able to reexamine what we know is a pile of disinformation to reveal our truth.

 

Q: There is a lot of skepticism about UFO and extra terrestrials. How are we going to be able to understand our past if we don’t admit that other species exist?

Many people think that is all about to change. Since the crash at Roswell, there has been a government conspiracy to suppress or ridicule information about contact with ET”s in modern times. Some think this is because the government has made technology exchanges with ET’s and they don’t want the public to know because they could panic. There has been so many informants that have come forward recently from astronauts to NASA employees, to abductees and now most recently Laura Eisenhower, granddaughter of President Eisenhower. Nick Redfern and other reporters have used the Freedom of Information Act to get copies of documents on government reports from the Bookings Reports, to Project Blue Beam to Majestic 12 but mysteriously, there is no information from the last 20 years. The fear that some have including Carol Rosin is that the government will use disclosure as a way to create another war/conflict and this time with a fake alien threat. She has been actively seeking a peace in space treaty that helps Earth enter the Galactic Federation.

Q: Is there a disclosure event coming that will reveal the existence of extra terrestrials?

There was a hearing on April 22 in 2013 in Wash DC aimed at pressuring the government to make their information public. Some people are expecting the ET’s to make themselves known soon which will eliminate all the skepticism entirely. And we all see the Vatican preparing for their announcement; they have already declared in press releases that the extra terrestrial is their brother and that there is no limit to God’s creation.

Q. One thing that frightens people about ET’s is the alien abductions that have been reported. What do you hear about that from your interviews?

Well this is huge phenomenon. Over 5 million people in the US alone have reported being contacted by aliens and many report being taken onto space craft. I have spoken to the niece of Betty and Barney Hill, one of the most widely reported cases of alien abduction back in 1961.   In her recent book,Alien Abduction Files she reports that some of reported alien contact with humans is for medical examinations and genetic modifications but that they are not trying to hurt us at all, just trying to help upgrade our DNA and promote the evolution of our species thru genetic engineering, same as they have done in the past.

Q. How many races of alien being are out there according to your sources?

Well I hear that earth is a highly populated area of the universe. I have talked to people who can describe all the species from start near us including Acturians, Pleadians, Greys, Adromedans and some of the less human like species such as reptilian, dracos and insectoids. Abductees all report similar experiences with descriptions of the aliens and people in government facilities claim they have had contact with the different races especially the Greys. Just like earthlings, they are different even though they might be “from the same planet”, there is a lot of cross breeding as well and many of the less evolved, what we would term meaner species are coming around and turning to the Galactic Federation and away from their old ways.

Q. What does all of this have to do with soul evolution?

Well from what I am hearing, each planet has a vibration and the species who live there share the same energetic vibration as the planet. As earth evolves into a higher energetic vibration of the 4th density, all of the souls currently incarnated need to evolve along with the earth. Those souls that aren’t ready to evolve can reincarnate elsewhere. Many of the souls that originally came to earth according to Ra and other sources from Pleadies and Sirius were from Mardek a planet that was destroyed. The Galactic Federation agreed to let them come to earth to continue evolving and also those from Mars when their planet could not sustain life came to earth along with many other repeaters from other star systems. Earth became a sort cosmic “melting pot” of souls. As souls we can incarnate in many places throughout the universe to evolve and the goal is to continue to raise our vibration to the higher levels of consciousness. On earth, we are trying to shed our lower chakras of service to self, greed, control, jealousy, anger, etc. as we evolve to the heart vibration. The other beings from Sirius and Pleiades are eager to help us and they want nothing more than to see us evolve into the 4th dimension and not destroy this planet.

dna activationThis Galactic Alignment of the solar system, which occurs every 25,772 years,  just occurred again on Dec 21, 2012 and resulted in an energetic vibration change in the earth’s frequency that activated a dormant DNA in humans.  This newly activated DNA had been sitting in our system waiting for an activation switch. The physical detection of the enhanced DNA can already be witnessed by medical intuitives who see a new chakra forming outside the human energy field.  This new chakra, often referred to as the eighth chakra is the energy portal of unity consciousness that allows humans the ability to experience an expanded consciousness beyond current perceived limitations.

The seven chakras of the personality/ego body only define us in three dimensional terms, the opening of the new chakra is the portal that connects us to the fourth dimension of the universe, where much of what we thought we knew will be discarded and replaced with a broader more truthful concept of who we are in the universe. In this fourth dimensional vibration, humanity can recognize and discern the truth and this will ultimately shatter the incorrect beliefs of our origin and help us as we begin to interact openly with the other nations across our universe.

Contact with civilizations from outside our third dimension began hundreds of thousands of years ago when they seeded planet earth. Many attempts at colonization have failed.  The Annunacki, who reside in the fourth dimension attempted to colonize during the times of Lemuria and Atlantis.  Pleadian beings from the fifth dimension and Sirians from the sixth dimension as well as those from Orion and Andromeda and many others have been making contact with people on earth. Their message is of hope for inner peace for our souls as we reach a higher level of knowing and struggle in the fight for our freedom from the current enslavement.

The shift of 2012 is the fifth cycle of the earth and will result in what Edgar Cayce coined as the emergence of a fifth root race.  This theory of evolution to a higher dimension is shared by physicists and scientists throughout history and in our current time.  One such theorist, Dr. Robert Pettit, describes the seven major chakras we currently hold energetically as energy vortexes that have a seal in them, explaining their current cone shape.  In the process of the activation of the new energy coming thru the earth’s completion of this current cycle, the individual must clear out the old mental and emotional debris stuck in the cone shaped personality based chakras.  “The chakra’s structural features were deliberately limited prior to this alignment,” explains Dr. Pettit.  “As we enter into this new energy, we have the capability of recreating a new less dense physical body. The restructuring of our chakras with the activation of the new “truth” chakra which is a blue/green color allows us to attain a soul/heart connection that stops the fractal patterning of energy formerly controlling our psyche.  This old patterning makes us stay stuck in our old beliefs even when presented with new truths.  Dr. Jude Currivan, scientist, healer, mystic, and author of the 8th Chakra tells us that we will now reveal a revolutionary new perception of the cosmos, reconciling leading-edge science with Spirit and a new universal model of consciousness.

But who are we really?  We are earth souls incarnated in human bodies on a planet that is finally coming of age and entering a stage of spiritual awareness that allows us to participate and interact with the broader galactic universe.  This greater community is described in Marshall Vian Summers book Life in the Universe.

According to many sources, the intervention by the alien races currently on our planet is by use of deception and persuasion, enabling them to carry out their plan. In the universe, overtaking planets by military force and aggression is not permitted and can only happen if the existing species thru “free will” allows it to happen. Some of the current intervening races cannot exist on the surface of this planet due to biological hazards and are therefore using interbreeding to populate our earth with an alien-hybrid race, which explains all the human abductions in recent years.  The Allies of Humanity along with the Galactic Federation are here helping to guide humanity as we wake up and realize that we are in an ongoing battle to emerge as a free race.

The time of the “shock and awe” of alien intervention is over. Some may ask why can’t the advanced civilizations come and do this for us. To answer this question, Patricia Cori, author, teacher and spiritual guide shares advice from the Sirian Council.  “Remember that you are immortal beings and stay out of emotional fear-based control no matter what happens.  Stand up for yourselves as a species. Wake up and use your powers of discernment to recognize the truth which you will feel in your soul.”  She says they are here like so many other higher civilizations to help us but we have to come of age on our own just as they did. We have to grow up, so to speak, and they are here to guide us with their knowledge, wisdom, and love just as parents do with their children. The opening of our truth chakra which connects us to the expanded truth of who we are as universal souls will help them reach more people in more ways and help us all gain contact with the cosmos around us.

Obama & senior US officials blackmailed into silence about UFOs & alien life

Edward Snowden has released official documents that show the extent of NSA surveillance of foreign political leaders. According to another NSA whistleblower, Russell Tice, the NSA does the same in the U.S. It conducts regular surveillance of senior U.S. officials including military officers, members of Congress, Supreme Court justices and even members of the executive branch. The goal, Tice claims, is to gain sensitive personal material on such senior U.S. officials for the purpose of blackmailing them into supporting policies favorable to the recipients of the NSA surveillance information. One of the policies is maintaining secrecy about UFOs and their extraterrestrial origins.

In December 2005, Tice came forward to publicly reveal how the NSA and the Defense Intelligence Agency were conducing unlawful wiretaps of U.S. citizens. He revealed to various media sources that among the targets were senior U.S. officials:

They went after high-ranking military officers; they went after members of congress — Senate and the House — especially on the intelligence committees and the armed services committees, lawyers, law firms, judges, State Department officials, part of the White House, multinational companies, financial firms, NGOs, civil rights groups …”

In June 2013, Tice was asked about the potential for blackmail of senior U.S. officials from NSA surveillance files:

Collins: Now Russ, the targeting of the people that you just mentioned, top military leaders, members of Congress, … intelligence committees, … and then executive branch appointees. This creates the basis, and the potential for massive blackmail.
Tice: Absolutely! And remember we talked about that before, that I was worried that the intelligence community now has sway over what is going on.

While Tice was not widely believed at the time, the Snowden NSA document leaks have confirmed many of his claims.

In a June 2014 interview with the Washington Blog about forthcoming Snowden based stories of NSA surveillance of U.S. citizens, Tice explained that the Snowden documents belong to a database called the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.

These documents are accessible to all within the NSA with the necessary Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance levels. However, Tice claims that there are more restricted NSA information networks based on higher security levels. He describes two of these as Exceptionally Controlled Information (ECI) and Very Restricted Knowledge (VRK). It is in these more secretive networks that Tice found information concerning the surveillance of senior U.S. officials going back as far as the 1970s and the surveillance of Senator Frank Church who led a Senate investigation of the U.S. intelligence community.

Tice revealed that one of the recipients of the NSA’s secret surveillance files of U.S. leaders was former Vice President Dick Cheney:

… the whole thing was being directed and was coming from the vice president’s office … Cheney, through his lawyer David Addington…. all “sneaky pete” under the table, in the evening when most NSA employees are gone for the day. This is all being done in the evenings … between like 7 [at night] and midnight.

According to another whistleblower, Derek Hennessy, Cheney had direct knowledge of a secret UFO program based on extraterrestrial technologies at the highly secret S-4 facility at Area 51. Cheney was therefore well placed to use NSA information to find out who among U.S. officials had received information about UFOs and extraterrestrial technologies. He could use this NSA information to blackmail senior U.S. officials in order to maintain UFO secrecy.

Among the U.S. officials that have been monitored and blackmailed, according to Tice, is President Barack Obama who first came under the radar of the NSA when he became a candidate for the U.S. Senate.

In the summer of 2004, one of the papers that I held in my hand was to wiretap a bunch of numbers associated with a forty-some-year-old senator from Illinois …. That’s who the NSA went after. That’s the President of the United States now.

 

This helps explains why Obama backtracked on many campaign pledges, including that of the most open and transparent U.S. government in history. Obama’s pledges and choice of administration officials fueled speculation that was being prepared to disclose the truth of UFOs and their extraterrestrial origins.

The Art of Deception is a 50 page powerpoint presentation released by Snowden that confirms deception involving UFOs is part of online covert operations maintained by the NSA and its global intelligence partners.  Blackmailing senior U.S. officials into silence would be critical for the success of covert programs aimed at deceiving the public about UFOs. Based on documents released by Snowden and Tice’s earlier revelations, one can conclude that President Obama and senior U.S. officials are blackmailed by recipients of NSA surveillance information on a number of issues, including maintaining secrecy about UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii to create extraterrestrial visitor sanctuary

On May 28, 2014 official representatives of the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii released a declaration creating a sanctuary for extraterrestrial visitors to Earth. The “Declaration for Creating Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary” will make it possible for extraterrestrials to land on property set aside exclusively for hosting “star visitors” in the area of Kalapana on the Puna coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The “Star Visitor Sanctuary” will be on sovereign land claimed by the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii. The Kingdom comprises a government led by a Prime Minister, elected representatives to two houses of Parliament, and a revised Hawaii Constitution.

The Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary will be the second time a piece of land has been officially dedicated for the purpose of inviting extraterrestrial visitors to land and to promoting peaceful relations with them. On June 3, 1967, the city of St Paul in the Canadian province of Alberta, created the world’s first landing pad for UFOs. The sign besides the pad shows that part of the intent was to create a sanctuary for extraterrestrial visitors:

The area under the World’s First UFO Landing Pad was designated international by the Town of St. Paul as a symbol of our faith that mankind will maintain the outer universe free from national wars and strife. That future travel in space will be safe for all intergalactic beings, all visitors from earth or otherwise are welcome to this territory and to the Town of St. Paul.

Weighing just over 130 tons the landing pad was officially opened by Canada’s then Minister of Defense, Paul Hellyer. Later in June 2006, Hellyer gave the keynote address at the Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace Conference held in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, again affirming his support for developing peaceful relations with extraterrestrial visitors.

The Hawaii Declaration similarly declares the intention of establishing peaceful relations with extraterrestrial visitors. Drawing on the rich history of international neutrality that was practiced by the Kingdom of Hawaii prior to its illegal annexation by the U.S. the reinstated Kingdom aims to establish formal diplomatic relations with Star Visitors. The preamble to the Declaration points out that according to Hawaiian legend, the Na Huihui o Makali’i (the constellation of Pleaides/Seven Sisters) is the place from which the first Hawaiian people came to Earth.

The Declaration contains four substantive points the first of which invites extraterrestrials “to fly over and land” at the “Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary.” The next invites the Star Visitors to “formally establish diplomatic relations” with representatives of the Kingdom of Hawaii. The Star Visitors, in point three, will be subsequently “invited to meet with private citizens interested in establishing cultural, educational, and scientific relations with the Visitors.” The final point affirms that “Star Visitor technologies can be safely demonstrated, understood and developed for the benefit of all humanity, marine and animal life, and planet Earth.”

The Kingdom of Hawaii gains its authority from international law that never formally recognized the illegal annexation of the Kingdom by the U.S. government, and which has long recognized that the native Hawaiians right to self-determination was violated. This was belatedly recognized by the US Federal Government on November 23, 1993 by a joint resolution of Congress signed by President Bill Clinton (U.S. Public Law 103-150) that apologized for the illegal annexation of the Kingdom of Hawaii. The right of the Native Hawaiians to self-determination was also recognized by the Legislature of the State of Hawaii that passed a bill signed by Governor Bill Abercrombie on July 6, 2011.

In recognition of the illegality of US annexation of the Hawaiian Islands and the inherent right to self-determination of native Hawaiians under international law, on March 13, 1999, representatives of the Hawaiian people reinstated the provisional offices of their former Kingdom with the purpose of holding elections to appoint a new Hawaiian government. The provisional government held a plebiscite on November 9, 1999 that resulted in the election of representatives to a bicameral system of government. The newly elected parliament passed a revised version of the last Kingdom of Hawaii Constitution on March 29, 2000, that enshrined the rights and powers of the lawful Hawaiian Government over the territories of the Hawaiian islands.

Five duly appointed representatives of the reinstated Hawaiian government have signed the “Declaration for Creating Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary” thereby giving it full legitimacy and protection under the laws of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii.

In an exclusive interview, one of the signatories, (Uncle) Robert Keli’iho’imola, Sr., a noble within the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii, explains where the Sanctuary will be located. He also describes how the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii plans to help the general public prepare for extraterrestrial contact, and what he hopes will be achieved by the Sanctuary.

On Friday, June 27. 2014, there will be a public ceremony dedicating the land assigned for the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary, in accordance with Hawaiian tradition. Golden age of alien disclosure & ascension according to Seres Agenda

A negative faction of Reptilian aliens has conspired with national elites over centuries to have a stranglehold on political and economic power. David Icke would be proud of the way Scott Lemriel spins a tale of malevolent human eating Reptilians with shape shifting technologies manipulating unwitting human elites. The pay day for the Reptilians is when they either succeed in manipulating the Earth into joining their vast empire, or engineering a planetary collapse where they can freely exploit a war torn planet.

Into this alarming situation emerges the good guys, the “Galactic Inter-dimensional Alliance of Free Worlds” that have been recently empowered by mysterious golden pyramids emerging throughout the known universe. The pyramids deliver a strange golden light, a new Ray, that instantly transforms evil into good by way of uplifting consciousness into higher dimensions. In short, the Ray transmitted by the golden pyramids is creating a universe wide ascension process whereby individuals, groups and civilizations can be uplifted into higher dimensions.

The Galactic Alliance has been successful in developing new technologies that act as conduits for the golden pyramid “ascension” Ray. The most nasty Reptilians imaginable are instantly transformed into back slapping good guys after being exposed to the golden light Ray of the pyramids which are spontaneously emerging in different places and sizes, and are being channeled through various technologies connected to the pyramids.

It emerges that the Reptilians were not all that different to the humans they were manipulating insofar as both had been exposed to subconscious programming – trauma based mind control – that prevented one from connecting to one’s higher self or “atman.” The Ray from the Golden pyramids immediately cut through the subconscious program and allow the connection between the higher self and conscious mind. Additionally, the Galactic Alliance has “mind liberation” technology in their advanced deprogramming chambers that removes the subconscious programming by exposing the painful traumas that were inserted at some point in a person’s history that can stretch several lifetimes.

In the novel, we are given a steady dose of key characters and villans being subjected to the Galactic Alliance’s mind liberation technology or the golden pyramids’ new Ray as the means by which they see the light of day. There is no payback or revenge in this novel as transformed heroes, human elites and ruthless Reptilians all recognize how they were each duped by more manipulative beings that inflicted mind control on them. For the Reptilians, it’s been 500,000 years since they were subjugated by a white winged Reptilian species from another dimension who manipulated the former into becoming the scourge of our galaxy.

The Seres Agenda is a heady mix of factual events, mysterious scientific phenomena and unbridled optimism. There is certainly much evidence to support the book’s core premise that humanity is secretly being manipulated by extraterrestrials. One can read Jim Marrs well researched book, Rule by Secrecy to see how far back in human history one can go to discover elite human cooperation with an extraterrestrial group known as the Anunnaki, which Marrs suggests are Reptilians. More recently, we have had agreements reached by human elites and extraterrestrial groups in the US and other countries. These negotiated agreements are described in Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life (2009). The idea of negotiated agreements between human elites and extraterrestrial burst into mainstream consciousness with a recent article by Iran’s Fars News Agency that the US was controlled by Tall White aliens that were previously aligned with Nazi Germany. The Washington Post, Forbes, and many other mainstream media articles were now discussing a possibility that previously was considered too ridiculous to even consider let alone publish.

There is also much evidence to support the book’s other key premise that positive human looking extraterrestrials are trying to assist humanity from behind the scenes. These human extraterrestrials have largely been cut out of the loop of elite decision making for the future of the planet earth due to the mendacity of elites who have secretly negotiated agreements with manipulative non-human extraterrestrials – Grays and Reptilians. The book, Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET, reveals the main extraterrestrial races involved in both manipulating and assisting the Earth. It is the latter category of extraterrestrials that receives little international media coverage given the dominant media focus on alien abductions and cattle mutilations.

In addition, it is also being discovered that the universe is experiencing a strange new phenomenon in the form of powerful bursts of information coming from black holes. Previously it was thought that black holes merely absorbed energy, now astronomers are confirming that they are being observed to emit powerful bursts of energy. Alex Collier, an alleged contactee with extraterrestrials from Andromeda, was among the first to claim that black holes are transmitting energy. He was told by his Andromedan contacts that the universe is experiencing new energies from black holes that are having a transformative effect on consciousness throughout the galaxy. Here we can think about universal ascension, the rapture, and similar concepts found in various new age and religious literatures. This energy coming out of black holes has some similarities to the new Ray being transmitted by the golden pyramids depicted in The Seres Agenda.

What I found fascinating was how the golden pyramid Ray altered DNA to the extent that individuals began being transformed into Ascended Beings that could instantaneously travel through space and time by the power of consciousness alone. I have described such beings as Celestials that according to Nikoli Kardarshev’s typology of extraterrestrial civilizations are Type IV. In The Seres Agenda, the Seres are a group of very ancient Ascended Beings that are behind the ascension process that has Earth as a focal point for a universe wide ascension process. The Seres Agenda is an excellent primer for the fantastic opportunities that lie ahead for those willing to ride the wave of Universal Ascension.

Unfortunately, where the book fails to be persuasive is in its depiction of humans and aliens alike being immediately transformed by the ascension energies being transmitted by the golden pyramids. We are expected to believe that the free will choice of all when exposed to the Golden pyramid Ray is to be transformed into back slapping good guys in touch with their true self where they recognize the unity of life. To me that sounds overly optimistic. I think a more realistic scenario is depicted in a new book called From Contact to Ascension, where the “ascension energies” basically lead into a universe wide split in terms of a fundamental choice all intelligent life will need to make. There will be those that choose to “ascend” into the higher realms of unity consciousness and instant manifestation of ones most heartfelt desires, and those that like things pretty much the way they are in terms of dualistic belief systems. I certainly don’t see adherents of fundamentalist religions making a free will choice to embrace and manifest the Higher Self, Atman or “God” within. Fundamentalists see such ideas as blasphemy and Luciferian, and will be only too happy to separate from the “unbelievers” of an all-powerful transcendent God that benignly rules over us as long as we follow the guidelines of a sacred text.

The Seres Agenda is thought provoking, entertaining and provides powerful insights into the hidden control system of planet Earth. It is particularly helpful in depicting the extent to which elites and their alien partners will go to maintain their power over the planet, even destroying it out of spite when their plans fail. The book does a fine job in describing the countervailing power of human looking extraterrestrials and Ascended Beings assisting our planet despite the constraints placed upon them by the negotiated agreements between human elites and their Reptilian/Gray extraterrestrial partners. The book’s most important contribution is that it describes a near future based on the ideas of full disclosure of extraterrestrial life and a universe wide ascension process. Imagine a future where you live in a utopian world with greatly enhanced personal abilities where you can instantly manifest your most cherished dreams. While ascension might not be for all, it undoubtedly will affect all. I highly recommend the Seres Agenda as well worth reading and preparing yourself for life changing events in a corner of the galaxy close to you.

US Congress discusses extraterrestrial life, but not cover-up

Congress-NASA-ETOn December 4, the House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology of the U.S. Congress held a session discussing the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what should be done to find space aliens. Titled: Astrobiology: The Search for Biosignatures in Our Solar System and Beyond” the session lasted 90 minutes. The meeting was chaired by Lamar Smith of Texas and featured three prominent astrobioligists from NASA, MIT and the Library of Congress. The questions asked by House members were rather general and vague, sometimes descending into the ridiculous. Rep. Ralph Hall (R-Tex) asked the panel: “Do you think there’s life out there and are they studying us — and what do they think of New York City?” Some members of the Democratic Party criticized the meetings as a waste of time. So why did the House hold this meeting at all, and why now?

The answer according to most astrobiologists is that the discovery of exoplanets makes it certain that there are millions, if not billions of earth like planets capable of hosting life in our galaxy alone. A recent statistical paper found that 22% of sun like stars may host habitable planets. Given the high unlikelihood that so much cosmic real estate would be devoid of life that has shown itself to be so robust on Earth, astrobiologists have basically reached a consensus that it is a only a matter of time before alien life is found. This was the observation of Bill Posey, Republican of Florida who said: “You’ve pretty much indicated [the discovery of] life on other planets is inevitable…. It’s just a matter of time and funding.” Posey and other members acknowledged that there needs to be more funding for NASA to build better space telescopes to find exoplanets and support detection programs like SETI to find intelligent alien life out there. Dr Stephen Dick from the Library of Congress challenged the current separation between detecting microbiological and intelligent extraterrestrial life, and called for a renewal of funding for SETI:

In addition to a renewed search with the latest technology, the reinstatement of funding for SETI would allow a systematic examination of these intriguing questions. It would also repair the artificial programmatic divorce between the search for microbial and intelligent life, which, despite engaging different scientific communities, are part of the same research problem. And I believe SETI would be supported by the public, which as always is interested in life beyond Earth, whether microbial or intelligent.

Earlier in May a subcommittee of the House Science Committee heard evidence of the latest astronomical findings concerning exoplanets, and the need to continue funding such research. There are many congressional members sympathetic to NASA and its budgetary needs despite the strict fiscal conservatism of the Republican Party that has led to cut backs in NASA funding. The White House has submitted a budget for NASA of $17.7billion for 2014, which is a slight decrease from 2012. It is not certain that NASA will even get this which is a worry to its supporters.

This latest Congressional meeting comes roughly seven months after a mock congressional hearing involving six former members of Congress. The Citizen Hearings on Disclosure examined evidence of a UFO cover-up and that we are being visited by various extraterrestrial civilizations. The former congressional members did not think it likely that the current Congress would take up any time soon the issue of extraterrestrial life, or at least claims of a cover-up. Yet here we are seven months later and Congress has indeed begun openly discussing extraterrestrial life, though not evidence of a cover-up.

Curiously, current members of the U.S. Congress are open to discussing extraterrestrial life in the context of the latest astronomical data provided by NASA, yet won’t hear from former NASA employees and astronauts about what they know of a cover-up. Apollo 14 astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell, for example, has been very prominent in speaking out about the cover-up for over a decade. Indeed he testified by live video before the Citizen Disclosure Hearing. Yet don’t expect the House Committee to call upon Dr Mitchell soon to testify. The official stance seems to be that discussion of extraterrestrial life is now fine as long as it’s done in the context of NASA’s discoveries of exoplanets, but don’t discuss the possibility of a cover up by NASA employees and others. That way NASA can get funds for more efforts to find alien life somewhere in deep space, while ridiculing those claiming that NASA has already discovered ET much closer to home.

“EVIDENCE” and-or “PROOF” of the Extraterrestrial Presence?

extraterrestrial-hypothesis-with-related-tags-and-termsStrictly speaking, “PROOF” of the extraterrestrial presence (from a rigorous academic point of view) would be more (classically speaking and before the findings of Kurt Gödel) limited to mathematics and logic but not to evidence obtained inductively after the senses however frequent the perceptions. The same applies to scientific theories, models, explanations that correspond to observations or sensorially obtained data. However, there is STRONG, ROBUST EVIDENCE that the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis is VALID and that it is the more LOGICAL hypothesis to explain at least SOME UFO cases. Structured objects flying in ways that challenge Newtonian physics while sometimes producing strange electromagnetic interference near airplanes when seen by experienced observers under the sunlight cannot be seriously explained away as reflections, lenticular clouds or the planet Venus. Here the simplest explanation, even following the advice (not an unfailing law) from “OCCAM’s “Razor” is the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis rather than trying to contrive other explanations that do not fit the data as well (as was done several times with Projects Grudge, Blue Book, the highly biased 1968 “CONDON Panel” and other mostly dismissive research efforts on UFOs), especially after UFO incidents that involved commercial and military pilots and-or radar-eyesight evidence. Even if one UFO case were most likely due to an intelligent extraterrestrial presence, the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis would have to be seriously considered and – unlike what was concluded by the “Condon Committee” – just to understand the physics involved (which apparently cancels and-or manipulates gravitational and inertial forces) there would definitely be great scientific merit in researching UFOs.

This evidence that goes against the so-called “Misidentification Hypothesis” favored by skeptics not only includes contactees and abductees and pilots and military personnel and documents and regular people all over the world occasionally seeing structured metallic-looking disc shaped or ovoid shaped “aerodynes”  but also analyzed photographs, videos and specific physical samples or objects (like alleged implants removed by Dr. Roger Leir and his team), for instance with isotopes that not only do not naturally occur on Earth but which also emit radio waves while subcutaneously lodged in normal people that alleged to have been abducted by some varieties of aliens. There also are serious CREDIBLE, sane, responsible “whistleblower” witnesses (some hundreds of them only in the Disclosure Project) and as Monsignor Corrado Balducci essentially said in Italian TV, there’s a healthy limit to being suspicious about what others say because –in order to have a functioning society – the normal human need to give some credence to human witness testimony must take over!

It could be said that evidence for out of the ordinary events that recur in a meteorological-like (semi predictable/semi unpredictable) manner can be assigned Bayesian-style probabilities or are more suitable for exopolitical, social science-based qualitative analysis. This may be useful for events that perhaps not only occupy external, objective space for a physically perceptible time within classical parameters, but also (in an equally causally applicable and “real” way) a greater degree of shared, internal, subjective space. It may be that the physical reality systems in which the ETs normally operate has a greater degree of subjective space influence. These are new scientific issues that also ask for a new metaphysical approach and scientific methodology. However, there still is good classical evidence for an objective phenomenon whose best logical explanation would be the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis. www.ufoevidence.org

For instance, there are trained pilots (check out Dr. Richard Haines’ and other scientists’ NARCAP), even some valiant astronomers that could not identify some objects they saw displaying intelligent maneuvering that cannot be replicated with current human technology as far as we know; there are radar-visual cases that include military pilots. There are analyzed UFO photographs of metallic looking structured craft, landing traces with soil and plant anomalies.   In fact the main reason for denial would be that it sounds ludicrous because it challenges how we naturally perceive “reality” through our physical senses and our biological-psychological adaptations to a classic (non-quantum or local) physical experience. We simply dismiss and ridicule ideas and reports that seem more fit to be included in a movie or fantasy and assume that being well educated we should already know by now; that “they” wouldn’t be able to travel faster than the speed of light…in all cases assuming that what we know applies to the alleged ETs.

Most likely, “proof” doesn’t exist in an absolute, objective sense but what may available to an intelligent self-conscious mind is sufficient evidence to make a reasonable subjective choice. Even in a formal mathematical and logical sense, “proof” may not apply if one restricts deduction to the elements within a coherent logical system. If one proves consistency one may fail to prove completeness.  Gödel could only prove that that form of indeterminacy exists regarding arithmetic with natural numbers. From Wikipedia:  “The first incompleteness theorem states that no consistent system of axioms whose theorems can be listed by an “effective procedure” (e.g., a computer program, but it could be any sort of algorithm) is capable of proving all truths about the relations of the natural numbers (arithmetic). For any such system, there will always be statements about the natural numbers that are true, but that are unprovable within the system. Both following an inductive procedure and a deductive procedure, accepting or rejecting the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) comes down to a subjective decision but, even if a majority of particular scientists in most scientific institutions do not pronounce themselves in its favor, does this mean that they are qualified to reject the evidence? Not scientifically if theirs is an offhanded a priori reaction without carefully looking at the evidence. As a group they already rejected many good explanations and theories that are now considered valid and (to non-initiates) “proven.” In fact, because “science” relates to principles and method, non-accredited individuals may have a better scientific “attitude” open to valid and scientifically interesting evidence and also be able to conduct serious scientific research whether accredited scientists agree with it or not. I would say that, from the point of view of Integral Theory there’s only a partial validity and a limit to the postmodern idea that “scientific facts” depend on the agreement or “social construction” of orthodox institutional scientists. That social construction aspect may also start with a serious minority willing to look at things “out of the box.”

Oftentimes, people say “There is no scientific evidence that ETs are here” because they think that scientists would agree on it, but that is not a valid statement. In fact, objective “evidence” about unique phenomena that can be included in a scientific study does exist to differing degrees. Just as we have evidence of weather patterns that don’t need to be solidly predictable, it is not necessary for the evidence pointing to the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis to be perfectly  regular or predictable. Some people also utter “There’s no proof that ETs are here” when off course (especially after Gödel and philosophers of science like Kuhn and Popper) science doesn’t really deal with final “proofs” but with temporary theoretical models that are not considered final any longer but rather (and ideally) open to improvement. Occasionally they also say “Science has not demonstrated the reality of extraterrestrial visitors” forgetting that “science” is more a methodological procedure than an entity that makes choices and itself demonstrates something being real or not.

I think that learning about the means ETs may have to interact with our particular world/reality system (even if briefly from our linear perspective) would activate in us other ways of understanding other aspects of reality also co-existing with us. It may activate in us interpretive “instincts” adapted to non-linear ways of being which are parts of deeper aspects of our nature. These “instincts” may be less related to a dichotomous “either-or” Aristotelian or classic way of thinking (more useful for understanding stable exterior, objective patterns). They may relate to more inclusive relational “laws” connecting subjective and objective aspects of experience and reality (epistemology and ontology) and they may subsume (not discard) classical rules of inference. We would need to know what other possibilities there are to understand and participate in the Cosmos (especially besides classical logic and physicality) in order to better understand the “ET mind” and to make intelligent, informed decisions.

Perhaps Integral Theory is one of the integrative models emerging within the search for post postmodern intellectual approaches to help us better understand the complex world, our lives, ETs and our roles are currently situated, especially in an age in which traditional linear thinking doesn’t work well with the non-linear, uncertainty-generating interconnectness we have artificially created.  I think we need to grow up intellectually and ethically to thrive based on more profound synergistic patterns in which information rules but not just in a randomly self-organized way but with an active role for consciousness and…purpose.

Furthermore, I think that we can indeed grow up and that our genuine, long term security rests in not on remaining ignorant about what is going on. Otherwise – using a reasonable exopolitical analysis – I think that there are different forms of evidence that indicate we won’t be considered capable of handling our becoming a space-faring civilization and we’ll need different kinds of the “powers that be” to decide things for us. In fact, if we don’t grow up to a more mature way of thinking we may not earn a minimal status that equates with cosmic-level “sovereignty”.

We need to stop bickering among us about whether there is scientific evidence that ETs are really here or not. Our scientists must at least valiantly come out of their cocoons and self-reinforcing conservative, doctrine-based institutions to really serve humanity in our current situation by being willing to look at the entire evidence in detail and in earnest so that more of us can start thinking politically (with greater credibility and influence) about important consequences and implications such as to why different alien entities with different agendas seem to be allowed to pursue their different goals using us in different ways based on our current state of understanding. We need to understand how they apparently come to agree with each other or at least to agree not to interfere with each other’s plans too much. We need to find out in a non-condemnatory, non-xenophobic but, instead, more integrally intelligent manner who among the various ETs can reasonably be considered our “friends” and our “foes” in terms of them (even if all were capable of thinking non-linearly and in many ways more “integrally” than most humans) being or not being willing to patiently work with us to assist our development toward our highest potentials as a species while simultaneously not violating our CONSCIOUS free choice.

Through CE-V human-propitiating contact techniques like those of Sixto Paz and others, more experiment-style and (to a degree) repeatable evidence could be obtained. If more of us become willing to research with a genuine scientific attitude and even to proactively make contact in order to find out more directly “who is who” among the ETs and what the (hyperdimensional, social and ethical) “rules of engagement” might be, progress will be made towards subjectively (and inter-subjectively) assigning “proof” to the ever-increasing and already profuse “evidence.” Let’s grow up as a species and consider all the possibilities in earnest!

Alien interview video: hoax or real thing?

alien interview videoIn 1997 an anonymous whistleblower calling himself “Victor” came forward to tell a fantastic story about a captured alien held at a remote secret U.S. facility near Area 51, Nevada called S-4. What made Victor different was that he had a video to prove what he was saying was real. The Alien Interview video has been controversial since it was first aired in 1997 in a documentary titled: Area 51: The Alien Interview. Experts have analyzed the video frame by frame and are still divided over its authenticity. Jim Dilettoso, a highly respected image analyst did not find any evidence of fraud in his frame by frame analysis of the video. On the other hand, a Hollywood special effects expert believed the video used a puppet in an elaborate fraud. Recently, another whistleblower has come forward to give startling corroboration of the content in Victor’s video. Apparently, S-4 is the secure military facility where live extraterrestrials are taken for questioning by authorized officials.

The video itself takes place in a darkened room where a large headed creature with big black eyes appearing like a classic Gray alien is being interviewed. Two individuals appear to be conducting the interview. One is allegedly a general asking questions while the other is a telepathic communicator relaying the alien’s responses. Towards the end of the nearly three minute video segment, the Gray alien being appears to have breathing difficulties and is helped by two medics who rush into the room to give assistance. The video released by Victor had the audio removed allegedly to protect identities, so Victor added his own commentary to one version to explain what was happening.

Victor does not provide many specifics about his work at the S-4 facility where the video interview occurred. He claims that he came into possession of a digital version of the video after it had been transferred from the original analog version. Victor smuggled the digital copy out of the S-4 facility and made a VHS copy which he took to various major news networks to have it released as part of a major disclosure. He was rejected by the major networks and had to settle for a home video company called Rocket Pictures which paid him an undisclosed amount of money. A one hour documentary that focused on Victor’s revelations was produced with the title: Area 51: The Alien Interview. Victor was also interviewed on May 23 by Art Bell and Sean David Morton on Coast to Coast AM radio where he elaborated on aspects of his involvement at S-4. That was the last time the public was to hear from Victor.

There are aspects of Victor’s role that immediately raise suspicion over whether he was truly acting alone. Victor used voice distortion software to hide his voice in the two interviews he did with Rocket Pictures and Coast to Coast AM. He claims he did so to protect his anonymity, yet it also ensures that his identity and history can’t be independently confirmed. Most importantly, Victor says that he traveled to major news companies such as Fox News to get them to air the video. It’s inconceivable that someone at Fox or any other major media network would not have attempted some form of due diligence that would not have alerted authorities that someone had footage of a live alien being interviewed. This suggests that Victor, perhaps unwittingly, had been allowed to take the video out of S-4 with the aim of releasing it publicly with some degree of official complicity. Perhaps some authorities wanted to establish plausible deniability while preparing the public for the truth about alien life. Alternatively, the video may be part of an official disinformation effort to muddy the waters about what is known about extraterrestrial life and Victor was a willing participant.

Very recently, there have been developments that lend plausibility to Victor’s video. In May 2013, video testimony emerged of another whistleblower who was a former CIA agent using the pseudonym “Kewper.” Kewper revealed that in 1958 President Eisenhower had to threaten to invade Area 51 and S-4 to find out what was happening with the extraterrestrial programs there. The agent and his CIA superior travelled to Area 51 under Eisenhower’s orders, and his boss questioned a Gray alien at the S-4 facility. The alien answered various questions concerning its origins and motivations that the whistleblower Kewper relayed at an earlier 1998 interview with Linda Moulton Howe. This is startling corroboration of Victor’s claim that the S-4 facility has housed live aliens for periods of time who have been questioned by various officials.

Victor’s alien was allegedly captured in 1989 and interviewed at S-4 in January 1991. Apparently it was a different alien to what the CIA agent’s boss had seen and interviewed back in 1958. There have been other whistleblowers who have claimed to have worked at S-4 and witnessed a live alien being housed there. These include Robert Lazar (1988)  and Dan Burisch (1994).

There is much testimonial evidence that 12 miles south of Area 51 there is a highly classified facility called S-4 that in the past has housed different extraterrestrial entities for limited periods starting as early as 1953. To this pool of testimonial evidence we can add the live alien video. If genuine, it is hard evidence that extraterrestrials have been held at classified military facilities, and have been interviewed by various officials who have yet to share with the general public what they have learned.

Squirrel on Mars photo goes mainstream – evidence of Martian life?

A photo of what looks like a squirrel or rat on Mars first released in September 2012 suddenly became a hot topic after Fox News covered the story on May 29. Fox was quickly followed by Discovery News, International Business Times and other major news outlets. It appears that the mainstream news is interested in raising the possibility that the Curiosity Rover is capturing images of life on Mars, even though the coverage is slanted towards dismissing such a possibility. In the meantime NASA has remained silent on photographic evidence of animals on Mars from its own Mars rover instruments. According to NASA, Mars atmosphere is 95% carbon dioxide with only a trace amount of oxygen 0.13% – not enough to sustain animal life on Mars. If Mars atmosphere is inhospitable to life what is the Curiosity Rover photographing on Mars – rocks that look like animals, animal life that has somehow adapted to live in the Martian atmosphere, or Earth animals released in secret NASA experiments on Mars?

The Curiosity Rover mission photographed what appears to be a rodent of some kind – a rat or squirrel – back on September 28, 2012. Scott Waring from UFO Sightings was the first to post the story about what he thought looked like a squirrel on December 4. He wrote:

A friend emailed this in to me today … and it’s really amazing and strange. I guess that’s why I love this one so much. It’s a cute rodent on Mars. Note it’s lighter color upper and lower eyelids, it’s nose and cheek areas, its ear, its front leg and stomach. Looks similar to a squirrel camouflaged in the stones and sand by its colors. …

There was no mainstream news interest in Waring’s fascinating discovery. Joseph Skipper from Mars Anomaly Research provided the first detailed analysis of the photo with an article on May 10 where he claimed:

Believe it or not, in the above image shown just a presented [sic] by NASA and with no graphics work in it by me, there is very strong anomalous life evidence of mammal life. The question is it of life on Mars similar to that here on Earth encountered by the Curiosity rover on Mars Sol 52 or, alternatively, is it proof that someone has been messing around with the imaging and managed to miss something very important, something revealing what is really going on with the Curiosity imaging.

In the Fox News story, the writers favored the conclusion that the photo depicted rock with an animal face in it:

Others pointed out that the similarity in coloring and position mean it was most likely just a rock, fingering the psychology phenomenon known as pareidolia, a propensity to pick out faces from everyday objects and structures.

Charles Poladian from the International Business Times embraced Fox News explanation  that it was the psychological problem of pareidolia.  Ian O’Neill from Discovery News followed up and mocked the idea that the photo was of a real animal on Mars:

But as you may have guessed, after exercising an ounce of logical thought, what was once a cute furry four-legged creature suddenly becomes… wait for it… this is a good one… a rock. And there you have it ladies and gentlemen: We’ve found a rock on Mars… that looks like a rat.

While the major news media were dismissive that the NASA/JPL photo showed an actual animal on Mars, there was an interesting possibility raised by Scott Waring in an update:

A lot of people are emailing me saying that this squirrel was part of a NASA experiment to test  how long it would live on the surface of Mars and I do believe this does sound like something they might do. Why would they not tell us about it? Because the squirrel would be expected to die eventually and that would get PETA to fight against them in a court of law. SCW

Could animal life survive on Mars in some secret NASA experiment testing adaptability to high carbon dioxide levels? According to the AVMA Guidelines for the Euthanasia of Animals:

Inhalation of CO2 at a concentration of 7.5% increases pain threshold, and concentrations of 30% and higher cause deep anesthesia and death with pro­longed exposure … In rats, un­consciousness is induced in approximately 12 to 33 seconds with 80% to 100% CO2 and 40 to 50 seconds with 70% CO2.

Not all animals immediately succumb to high carbon dioxide and can resist for varying lengths of time according to the AVMA guidelines:

On the day of birth, rats and mice ex­posed to 100% CO2 required exposure times of 35 and 50 minutes, respectively, to ensure death. By 10 days of age, exposure times of 5 minutes were sufficient to en­sure death.272,273 For adult mink, 5 minutes of exposure is sufficient to ensure death using 100% CO2, but not using 70% CO2. Rabbits of the genus Oryctolagus also have prolonged survival times when exposed to CO2.

It’s possible that earth animals released on Mars may survive for extended periods – enough to be monitored in secret experiments.

There are three possible conclusions over the squirrel/rat photo taken on Mars. One, the photos depict rocks that appear to be animals in a case of pareidolia, as sceptics insist. Two, terrestrial animals have been released on Mars in some secret NASA experiment monitored by the Curiosity mission. Finally, the percentage of carbon dioxide and oxygen on Mars is not what NASA is telling us and indigenous animal life exists on Mars.

Interacting with Extraterrestrials after Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure

Citizen Hearing and Galactic DiplomacyI agree with Dr. Michael Salla. This is the begining of a new phase in Exopolitics. It’s time to become more active in Galactic Diplomacy. At the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure (which took place at the National Press Club in Washington, DC with high professionalism, honor, heroism and quality) the former U.S. congressmen and consgresswomen that heard and questioned the highly credible witnesses and researchers (between April 29 and May 3rd) basically suggested that one or more Latin American countries (already possessing more flexible and open UFO research attitudes than the U.S. oficial position of blank denial and suppression) could -as members of the United Nations- request to the UN: 1) The establishment of a permanent research office to investigate all aspects not only of “UFOs” as a curious, anomalous, statistical phenomenon but also the social, political, cultural, scientific implications of a (varied) intelligent extraterrestrial presence active throughout the globe and affecting every nation in one way or another. 2) An International (UFO Extraterrestrial Presence-Exopolitical) Conference to deal with this matter more  seriously and to establish its credibility and importance among other world political leaders, cultural leaders, scientists, religious leaders, etc. In my view, these proposals will be successfully accomplished only in relation to every demonstration of increased cooperation among countries (leaders and citizens) which have not always had a relationship of complete trust and have tended to see themselves as potential enemies positioning themselves under competing geo-strategic alliances. The ET presence/Exopolitics will  demand greater, step-by-step united world efforts helping us to overcome nationalist differences. It’s a new series of challenges to become a more mature, cosmic civilization.

Attorney Daniel Sheehan also suggested to include the idea that, since technologies have been withheld from countries even if these could diminish the effects of global problems like Global Warming which seriously threatens member states (specially island nations), there would be grounds for the UN to become more active in extraterrestrial issues. I suggested the Maldives as a posible partner for the Latin American countries willing to act alone or in unison in the UN on this matters because one of its democratically elected presidents has been quite active in anti Greenhouse gasses legislation and might be interested in alternative tech. However, I think that some of the ET technology acquired through retro-engineering might be fine to reveal to the whole world but those elements that imply a greater level of maturity to handle with safety and which should not fall into violent or extremist hands should be withheld until humanity starts functioning under more evolved, inclusive or integral worldviews. Nonetheless, this research should be overseen and not allowed to be misused. Thus, education (especially on the nature of reality and derived ethics) is paramount to long term success. People should know that both science and religión don’t have to be destroyed but expanded and deepened. People should know that human life can be improved with knowledge of cosmic principles.

The problem would be 1) Latin American leaders becoming well-informed to be able to seriously recognizing the importance of the situation so as to set aside their local and regional differences and work to understand a global situation. While many leaders are noble in purpose, many still maintain the old tradition of taking advantage of others and of competing against each other by any means. They need vision and realizing that their worldviews do not correspond anymore to the many global problems we are facing. 2) Unity of purpose for a noble cause among these leaders.  It would be easier and more expedited if the presidents of these nations took the initiative at the UN rather than proposing this to their respective congresses and start a slow step by step process. These presidents are mired in many social problems in a (often cut-throat) competitive political environment in which their opponents will try to find any weakness to destroy their public images. Thus they need to be informed by credible witnesses and researchers and educated first into the basics and then into the complex ET presence reality approximately like the former senators at the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure were.
Galactic Citizen Diplomacy deserves all levels of engagement as Humanity is represented by everyone: Individual, United Nations, and country by country. The importance of well-intended, psychologically-balanced and objective private citizens having contacts with extraterrestrial intelligences respectful of our conscious choices is increasing.

We have the opportunity to start a new era of contacts and mutually respectful relations first with well-chosen, specific extraterrestrial civilizations. Then we can assist those that currently don’t seem to integrally respect us. A healing, conciliatory approach is needed. Thus next step is to be informed as to who is who among extraterrestrial intelligences; not to proceed in a xenophobic way, but to wisely (and I want to use the word “lovingly”) choose who are more convenient to contact on purpose and in relation to our highest ideals in order to grow in awareness unobtrusively and to gradually develop our humanity’s full potentials in a benign, mutually respectful manner. We need to know what mistakes and abuses were committed by “them” in our past and to forgive and reconcile with all our cosmic relatives. In the same vein, we must learn to forgive and reconcile with overzealous information controllers and enforcers “in the know” who committed abuses acting on our behalf or on behalf of more private interests, or, even on behalf of deceptive extraterrestrial entities. Richard Dolan’s reflections on what Disclosure and After Disclosure may entail can be helpful. A “witch hunt” will probably do more harm tan good.

Objectively analyzing much experiencer’s/witness testimony which can be cross-referenced with other testimonies, verified with released or leaked documents and with whistleblowers shows that there are many different types of intelligent ET life forms functioning with different, histories, attitudes, inclinations, procedures, interests level of technology and even the ability to reach into higher realms in order to generate effects in lower realms and to me it is clear that every reductionist, polarized view about them will be self-deceptive. We need an integral approach to study this complexity. They are neither saviors nor demons but beings which act towards us in ways that are kind and in ways that are less tan kind judging from our own our perspectives. However, we must choose how we want to be treated and, thus, we must become aware of who we are, who they are and what is the real history behind this interaction.  It is not a matter of all or nothing, black or white.

If we have not been “invaded” as in a typical Hollywood movie this doesn’t necessarily prove that some varieties of ET beings wouldn’t do it if they could, were the only ones coming to Earth or were allowed. But exopolitically-speaking, most likely they operate under their own collective engagement rules. Under these (for instance if unconscious acceptance were valid under engagement rules), the “invasions” could be subtler (as we come to accept certain groups instead of others) rather than overt as -in the latter case- the interests which many different groups of ETs have with respect to humanity (genetic, our mental-creational capacity, emotional, spiritual, energetic, etc) would be mutually challenged. Thus, my opinions is that no particular group or Alliance can exceed certain limits and all which are allowed to intervene may have a historical precedence and right to do so (in Galactic Exopolitical terms). According to how us or our representatives choose to engage different extraterrestrial groups (some of which may subtly deceive us if we subconsciously accept their principles) may increase the probabilities of humanity taking certain course of events.

Private citizens can and should engage in strengthening contact in a mature, caring, lofty manner. The more we become aware of this ET Presence reality and of our great potentials (coveted by different ET groups both in aggressive and respectful manners) the less we’ll be used as simple resources by some more aggressive varieties of these beings (some of which may be atrophied). In my view, we should more actively seek out to strengthen political citizen diplomacy (and oficial political diplomacy) with beings like those that were -at least partially- rejected in the 1950’s and 60’s because they did not offer technology in exchange of being allowed to conduct their projects covertly. These “space brother” types offered teachings (the expansión of philosophy and theology which attorney Daniel Sheehan advocated as important to develop a new ethics and more advanced worldviews). These latter civilizations (many of which looked human but which do not necessarily have to be human) offered a profound transformative possibility to improve ourselves (not imposing it on us) through our own efforts by learning about the spiritual and organizational principles of the Universe. There still are some few persons contacting them; some of them are in Latin America, although some in Latin America some persons may also be contacting deceiving ET types. However, I think we should increase our relations or “Galactic Diplomacy” with respectful extraterrestrials, not only to learn deeper principles about Life but to overcome our current cultural levels of nihilism, commercialism, materialism, relativism, cynicism and self-absorption but to be more properly allied with a protective, benevolent group.

While I realize that in the 1940’s there were some good reasons to establish a highly secret policy (for genuine patriotic reasons also to gain some time trying to figure out who’s who and to learn about some of the ET technology), leaving it all in the hands of those “in the loop” managing this knowledge without checks and balances and the participation of well-meaning, capable intellectuals, spiritual leaders and such also leads to a misrepresentation of humanity at large in the politics of the Universe. The rights a President has to generate an Executive Order was given by the People through its representatives in an assembly or “congress”and it is of lower legal priority than the Law-giving of the Congress and the People. We shouldn’t allow a break-away civilization generated after secret investigations and managing culturally differentiating technology to impose a “might makes right” exopolitics on the rest of us. We need to get involved in Galactic Diplomacy.

Are aliens guarding President Obama?

A video recording from President Obama’s address at the 2012 AIPAC conference at the Washington Convention Center shows a mysterious looking figure among the Secret Service agents protecting him. From one camera angle, the figure looks uncannily like a tall Gray alien; with no noticeable ear, mouth or facial hair. From most other camera angles, the figure appears as a bald Secret Service agent who looks human enough. Not so according to a popular Youtube video that has over 330,000 hits since its March 13, 2013 release. The bald Secret Service agent is a shape shifting humanoid alien, and the video provides detailed analysis supporting its remarkable claim. So was it all just a trick a light, or did the camera capture something we weren’t supposed to see? In the 1988 science fiction movie classic, They Live, extraterrestrials live among humanity using advanced technology to hide their physical differences. Is it possible that the Secret Service employs aliens to protect President Obama, and uses some kind of advanced technology to hide them from the public eye?

The idea of the U.S. Secret Service employing aliens appears far-fetched, but it was only back on December 7, 2012 that Prime Minister Medvedev said in candid off-air comments that Russian Presidents are briefed on aliens living among us. He went on to add that a highly classified national security agency monitors aliens residing on Earth. Major media thought it was a case of Medvedev’s dry humor, and that he gave the joke away when he referred to the Hollywood Blockbuster, Men in Black. Yet Medvedev appeared to be referring to a Russian documentary instead, one produced by the same network that the female reporter who asked him the alien question worked for. In fact, the reporter asked the question because the network was working on another extraterrestrial related documentary. A disturbing possibility is that the meteor strike on Russia on February 15, 2013 was related to Medevedev’s candid off-air comments about aliens among us. A Russian Parliamentarian claimed that the meteor strike was a warning to the Russian government. Was it a warning that Russian needs to maintain secrecy about alien visitors? If Medvedev wasn’t joking, it is possible that aliens secretly living on Earth aren’t just monitored, but also employed in sensitive security positions like the U.S. Secret Service.

It’s a fact that advanced technologies such as invisibility have been developed for use in classified military projects for some time now. Proof-of-concept demonstrations in the open source literature are available for funding and development purposes by military contractors. Classified versions would predictably be far more advanced, and very likely have been operational for some time now. It’s reasonable to conclude that invisibility or related technologies are used by the Secret Service to make agents disappear, and/or alter their physical appearance. Consequently, Secret Service agents very likely use invisibility technology when protecting the President and other VIPs. Such technologies may also be used by any extraterrestrial aliens recruited into the Secret Service. Is President Obama being guarded by aliens, or was it all just a trick of light? You decide!

World leaders prepare for discovery of extraterrestrial life in 10 years

World Economic ForumIn Davos Switzerland, a prominent ski resort, the world’s business elite are meeting to discuss what to expect over the next 10 years. This year, the annual World Economic Forum meeting runs from January 23 to 27 and business leaders are joined by prominent politicians and central bankers. For 2013, an 80-page analysis of 50 risks for the next 10 years was distributed to attendees. The Global Risks 2013 report  is lengthy list of prognostications of what world leaders need to plan for to avoid “systemic shocks and catastrophic events”. Among the list are five X factors that according to the report, “no country alone can prevent.” One of the X factors is the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

The Global Risks 2013 report begins by outlining the importance of "national resilience" in response to anticipated global risks over the next 10 years:

Global risks would meet with global responses in an ideal world, but the reality is that countries and their communities are on the frontline when it comes to systemic shocks and catastrophic events. In an increasingly interdependent and hyperconnected world, one nation’s failure to address a global risk can have a ripple effect on others. Resilience to global risks – incorporating the ability to withstand, adapt and recover from shocks – is, therefore, becoming more critical. This special report is organized around two axioms:

  • Global risks are expressed at the national level. 
  • No country alone can prevent their occurrence.

The report goes on to explain ways in which world leaders can “share insights and ideas that improve national and organizational resilience to global risks.” 

Among the list of global risks are five X factors developed in collaboration with Nature, a leading science journal. The Global Risks 2013 report recommended readers “to consider a set of five X factors and reflect on what countries or companies should be doing to anticipate them.”

The last of the five X factors is the “Discovery of Alien Life”. The World Economic Forum report begins this section as follows:

Given the pace of space exploration, it is increasingly conceivable that we may discover the existence of alien life or other planets that could support human life. What would be the effects on science funding flows and humanity’s self-image?

The report goes on to explain:

It was only in 1995 that we first found evidence that other stars also have planets orbiting them. Now thousands of “exoplanets” revolving around distant stars have been detected. NASA’s Kepler mission to identify Earth-sized planets located in the “Goldilocks zone” (not too hot, not too cold) of sun-like stars has been operating for only three years and has already turned up thousands of candidates, including one the size of Earth. The fact that Kepler has found so many planet candidates in such a tiny fraction of the sky suggests that there are countless Earth-like planets orbiting sun-like stars in our galaxy. In 10 years’ time we may have evidence not only that Earth is not unique but also that life exists elsewhere in the universe.

What would be the national and global impact of such a discovery according to the Global Risks 2013 report?

The discovery would certainly be one of the biggest news stories of the year and interest would be intense. But it would not change the world immediately…. Over the long term, the psychological and philosophical implications of the discovery could be profound. If life forms (even fossilized life forms) are found in our solar system, for example, the origin of life is “easy” – that any place in the universe life can emerge, it will emerge. It will suggest that life is as natural and as ubiquitous a part of the universe as the stars and galaxies. The discovery of even simple life would fuel speculation about the existence of other intelligent beings and challenge many assumptions that underpin human philosophy and religion.

Through basic education and awareness campaigns, the general public can achieve a higher science and space literacy and cognitive resilience that would prepare them and prevent undesired social consequences of such a profound discovery and paradigm shift concerning humankind’s position in the universe.

What would be the “undesired social consequences of such a profound discovery?” For an answer, one can look to the 1961 Brookings Report that was commissioned by NASA and written by the Brookings Institution for eventual presentation to the US Congress. The Brookings Report, titled “Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs,” described an alarming scenario of what might happen to society if humanity was not sufficiently prepared for the discovery of technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations:

Evidences of its [extraterrestrial] existence might also be found in artifacts left on the moon or other planets. The consequences for attitudes and values are unpredictable, but would vary profoundly in different cultures and between groups within complex societies; a crucial factor would be the nature of the communication between us and the other beings…. Anthropological files contain many examples of societies, sure of their place in the universe, which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different ideas and different life ways; others that survived such an experience usually did so by paying the price of changes in values and attitudes and behavior.

Is social disintegration what the Davos Global Risks 2013 report has in mind if extraterrestrial life is discovered? The simple answer is no, if leaders develop the necessary “national and organizational resilience” to such a discovery, and implement “basic education and awareness campaigns”. The Global Risks 2013 report shows how far humanity has come over the last 50 years since the Brookings Report was written. World Economic Forum organizers are far more optimistic and believe that humanity can be sufficiently prepared for a “paradigm shift concerning humankind’s position in the universe.” World leaders currently meeting at the Davos World Economic Forum are themselves being prepared for the possible discovery of extraterrestrial life within the next 10 years.

SPW- I am part of a contact group which for 37 years has been receiving psychographic messages that have been corroborated through UFO sightings once appointments were made. There have been witnesses, like Spanish reporter Juan José Benitez and Judge Dr. Ana María Polo from “Caso Cerrado” (a TV program) in Miami. Throughout these years we haven’t just seen appearing and landed spacecraft but we have seen the crew members and also some related experiences have taken place such as when a spacecraft appears and projects a beam of light forming a luminous dome or “Xendra” which is a dimensional portal through which a person physically enters, is dematerialized, teleported and then undergoes an experience in another reality.

Exactly in 1974 we began living these Xendra experiences of dimensional portals, going into these portals and of being perhaps 4-5 days in Ganymede [a moon of Jupiter] 600 million kilometers from Earth but upon returning as few as 15 minutes had transpired. These experiences came out published at the end of 1974 in Juan José Benitez first book: “OVNIS: S.O.S. a la Humanidad” and 3 years later a Corporal from the Chilean Army underwent a similar experience. He was Corporal Armando Valdez. Later on, in 1996, Carl Sagan writes a novel  and the following year a movie with Jodie Foster came out in which she loses contact (with the control base) and when she recuperates it is discovered that there are 18 hours recording time of static which leads to think that the possibility of traveling through time and space really exists. Not long ago at CERN the particle accelerator located between France and Switzerland informed – after 3 years of an exhaustive investigation – that neutrinos are capable of traveling at speeds faster than the speed of light arriving (to Italy) by 60 nanoseconds before departing so that theoretically and now practically it is possible – according to these findings – to travel across time and space.

In one of these Xendra experiences of dimensional portals which took place in “Quintero” or in Chile’s Fifth region, a few years ago, I had the opportunity to be with 120 persons for one week and we had very intense sightings; we saw the ships appearing and flying above a hill bombarding it with an extraordinary energy; the luminous dome formed and after traversing it with some of our companions we had the opportunity to live the experience of traveling to “Morlen” or Ganymede. And, after being there, we were taken to a site, to a dome-shaped building where we met with this master, with this great being of light as Jesus is and who – as you may remember – after 40 days of resurrecting ascended into heaven in a cloud or a ship which is something that doesn’t change things: Jesus was not an “extraterrestrial” but a terrestrial with an “extra” aspect.

JDV- Alright, but did you meet him personally?

SPW- Yes, indeed. I had the opportunity to have that close encounter with him and one of the 16 books I published which is titled: “Una Insólita Invitación” is the narration of what I really perceived or grasped that he transmitted to me. I cannot tell you that he spoke to me in Aramaic because I would not have understood anything but really the fact was that I could understand him clearly as if he were speaking to me in Spanish. Perhaps he was speaking to me mentally, formally, telepathically, I don’t know but quite simply if I was before a 6 ft tall person…the skin color was not completely white but tanned, with dark hair, aquiline nose. He really had some impressions or scars on the wrists and his presence really was astounding. One could really feel an extraordinary and magnificent vibration and energy.

JDV- Sixto, at this point, what is the relation between Jesus – as the mythical character we know and who transformed the whole world – and the extraterrestrials?

SPW- Well, let’s first remember that the Jews are a contacted people. The “angels” of old would be the “extraterrestrials” of today as Mons. Corrado Balducci, that theologian of the Catholic Church, used to say around 1999. Well, throughout the entire history of the people of Israel also beginning from the sacred Bible, there are continuous references to space craft and extraterrestrial beings under the appearance of “angels” or under the designation of “angels.” For instance, we have Elijah taken by a chariot of fire as witnessed by his disciple Elisha; we have the “Glory of God” that descends before Ezekiel; the luminous cloud that hid a metallic objects with windows as seen by Moses on top of Mt. Horeb in oreb in SiSinaiSinai. Also, in Chpt 2 v.9 St, Mathew’s Gospel says that the Star of Bethlehem guided the three Kings of the Orient by day and night and stopped above the place where the child had been born.  Now, let’s be clear that none of this tells us that Jesus was an extraterrestrial but that beings from other worlds really recognize the high level of evolution which Jesus has and, being at the service of a cosmic plan prepared to create the conditions suitable for Jesus’ arrival and for accomplishing his mission and undertaking.  Due to their greater degree of evolution, the extraterrestrials recognize the existence of superior hierarchies and at certain times they also operate in service to those hierarchies.

JDV- Do ETs tell Jesus what to do or is Jesus above them in an evolutionary scale?

SPW- We would first have to remember what humanity’s prominent cosmic role is according to the extraterrestrials. The ETs say that our planet died 1200 million years ago as a result from meteor impacts that extinguished life in our planet and terminated with the Earth in such a way that it disappeared. But for the extraterrestrials, time is like an ascending spiral. In one of the spiral curves, the Earth died but the Universe continued. Thus, a group of civilization travels through time and space under the authorization of a galactic government formed by the 24 Elders of the Galaxy and comes to Earth before it dies creating an alternative and paradoxical time which has been intertwining with the real time of the Universe.

What is going to take place on December 21st, 2012 is that this alternative paradoxical time is going to finish reconnecting with the real time and from this a third time will ensue. This is why the prophecies don’t speak of an “end of the world,” they speak of the “end of times” and for there to be an “end of times” there has to be more than one time. This reminds us of that Nahuatl myth about the two-headed serpent, in which at the end of times one head will end up eating the other, something represented in one of the agrogliphs that appeared in England, and resembling the spiral that appeared over Norway in 2009. The point is that, since we live in an alternative, paradoxical time, we are for the ETs a sociological, anthropological, metaphysical, spiritual experiment. They created this alternative time and as scientists in a laboratory they try to maintain themselves the most aseptically as possible as they conduct experiments here since they come from civilizations that have advanced much both technologically and mentally. They have achieved control of their genome so that there’s no more space for uncertainty and most everything is under control. Therefore, this has led them to lose touch with the very spirit of nature and are therefore trying to recuperate that connection with nature, including feelings and emotions because they are way too mental. And this is why they created this experiment on a planet which had no future, creating an alternative future so that a civilization with a greater psychic and spiritual potential capable of achieving evolutionary levels beyond what they achieved, emerges. This civilization would allow them to understand and remember things which they neglected or forgot.

Jesus represents Earth’s humanity. The idea is that the extraterrestrials come to learn how to love through us, not because they don’t love but what happens is that for them love is the common good and if the common good requires that you disappear they’ll have no qualms getting rid of you. Here on Earth we even fight for the rights of assassins and of child rapists not to be killed. Thus, we are capable of the greatest acts of inhumanity but also of the most sublime acts of love and generosity. When Jesus was on the cross after preaching for three years the doctrine of love he had the opportunity of taking his message to its greatest consequences when being nailed and abandoned by everyone says “Father, forgive them because they don’t know what they do.” He never said “they are going to pay for this when I get down from here.” Thus, in the name of humanity, Jesus ends up becoming master of our own masters, truly reminding them what is the Way, the Truth and the Life: Love in forgiveness.

In fact, one day humanity will know that we have been victims of a cosmic plot in which extraterrestrial and ultraterrestrial forces have conspired against us; have experimented with us and have even tried to make us disappear. However, as in Joseph’s story in the Old Testament recounting that he was sold by his brothers to avoid the fulfillment of his destiny, the more they tried to impede it, the more they got him close to it coming to pass. So perhaps today more than ever we have the opportunity to join as human beings and to make the future as less traumatic as possible so that we may be able to survive these growing crises and these solar mutations and arriving energies because all of what was prophesied was a warning of what could take place if we do nothing to avoid it. And I think that there are many more persons in the world working to revert the planetary future, for the future to be less traumatic, less negative. And what is going to take place in the following weeks and months is a great liberation of information.

One day humanity will experience its own christification. We must become aware of our important role in the concert of worlds by learning to love and by teaching how to love, thus ensuring this humanity’s survival and the survival of this planet.

JDV- Sixto Paz Wells what did he (Jesus) tell you then? What did you understand from him?

SPW- I asked him about all kinds of things, like why he permitted things to be in this way in the world and why he didn’t return ahead of time and he told me that we had to wait for humanity to undergo the process that would allow us to leave our precocious adolescence and to reach a responsible young stage albeit through our own efforts. In other words, he and other persons that have evolved like a Gandhi or a Luther King demonstrated that it is indeed possible to live for love and to die for love and to really achieve a level of transcendence. All these persons really preached non-violence and love but died in acts of violence because universal laws say that to every force a contrary one opposes with the same intensity. Jesus’ case is more extraordinary because there is evidence that demonstrates his resurrection – the Holy Shroud of Turin of which it’s false to say that it is false. According to the Brooks Institute, ENEA and NASA which have analyzed the shroud, it has been determined that (the figure) is an impression formed by a luminous energy. Jesus’ resurrection thus demonstrated something that he taught: That love is the strongest force in the Universe, even capable of overcoming death.

 

 

UFO War in Antarctica: fact or fiction?

Is a secret UFO war happening in Antarctica?

According to John Kettler, a former US military contractor and scientist, there is an expanding UFO war that is now taking place in waters off Antarctica. Kettler cites unnamed “sensitive sources” to substantiate his claims that a US led coalition of naval forces is militarily engaging with hostile extraterrestrials. This UFO war is an extension of alleged naval battles off the coast of San Francisco earlier reported by Gordon Duff from Veterans Today who refers to his own unnamed “reliable” sources. There is little more than a collection of unnamed sources supporting such allegations, and there is good reason to conclude that Kettler’s and Duff’s claims are part of a psychological warfare operation that may be related to planning for a false flag alien event. There is one historical incident that casts light on whether or not Kettler’s claims are part of a psychological warfare program being slowly unveiled to the world. There is new evidence that Admiral Richard Byrd’s famed 1946/1947 naval expedition Operation High Jump did encounter and battle a mysterious UFO force in Antarctic waters.

According to John Kettler, who has written a series of articles claiming that the US Navy along with its allies are battling hostile extraterrestrials based in underwater locations in the Pacific:

The UFO War continues to expand, with heavy action in the Antarctic Ocean … according to highly sensitive sources. Two submarines of the Chinese PLAN (Peoples Liberation Army Navy) have been slammed together, resulting in injuries, but no fatalities, to the submariners inside them.

Kettler goes on to claim:

Last night, 20 UFOs, traveling at 25,000 mph, left the Antarctic Ocean in a group and went to Guadalajara, Mexico. Another group of 15, flying at the same speed, went to Argentina. This morning, 12 more emerged and went to Chile.

Duff made similar claims to a UFO war in the Pacific that he originally reported in September.

Now an Asian intelligence agency reports that a combined fleet operation between the US and China has been going on, a full combat operation against what we are told is a “highly unfriendly extra-terrestrial threat.” The verifications of the fleet operations have been many, there have been no confirmations from the US side though the ships have been seen by every vessel that makes it offshore.  The true nature of both the threat and the extent of the multinational military force used is beyond any imaginable classification level.

Kettler also wrote an article titled, “UFO War Explodes Through Entire Pacific Ocean! Now A Coalition War!,” where he claimed:

UFO War in the Pacific has now become a five-nation coalition war through the Pacific Basin, per supersensitive terrestrial sources. Naval forces involved include the U.S. Navy (U.S.), PLAN (People’s Liberation Army Navy) (China), JMSDF (Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force) (Japan), ROKN (Republic of Korea Navy) (South Korea) and ROCN (Republic of China Navy) (Republic of China/Taiwan)… Total is around 200 ships, including two U.S. aircraft carrier battle groups, many additional surface combatants (frigates through cruisers), numerous submarines and multiple URGs (underway replenishment groups) to keep all the warships fueled, munitioned, crews fed and supplied with  multitudes of items. The UFO War is an unprecedented kind of coalition war–with all the headaches and political delicacies that entails.

Given that Kettler, along with Gordon Duff, only cite unnamed sources in support of an expanding UFO war in the Pacific and now Antarctica, it is tempting to dismiss their claims as part of some agenda to make the general public believe in hostile extraterrestrials attacking the US military and allies. There is one historical incident that does give circumstantial support for Kettler’s and Duff’s claims. In 1947, a US naval expedition did appear to engage in a UFO war – one where the US Navy apparently suffered significant casualties and had to withdraw.

An extraordinary 2006 Russian documentary was recently translated into English. It  revealed new information about the US Navy Antarctica expedition of 1946/47 – Operation Highjump. The Naval expedition was headed by famed polar explore Admiral Richard Byrd whose expedition ended after only 8 weeks with “many fatalities” according to initial news reports. Rather than deny the heavy casualty reports, Admiral Byrd revealed in a press interview in Chile that his Task Force had encountered a new enemy that “could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.”

After the Soviet collapse in 1991, the KGB released previously classified files that cast light on Operation Highjump. A 2006 Russian documentary, recently translated, made public for the first time a 1947 secret Soviet intelligence report commissioned by Joseph Stalin of the Operation Highjump mission to Antarctica. The intelligence report, gathered from Soviet spies embedded in the US, revealed that the US Navy had sent the military expedition to find and destroy a hidden Nazi base. On the way, they encountered a mysterious UFO force that attacked the military expedition destroying several ships and a significant number of planes. Indeed, Operation Highjump had suffered “many casualties” as stated in initial press reports from Chile. While there is a possibility the report resulted from US disinformation fed to a known Soviet mole, the more likely explanation is that the report exposes the first known historical incident involving a battle between US naval forces and an unknown UFO force stationed near Antarctica.

In the Soviet intelligence report, never before known testimony by two US Navy servicemen with Operation Highjump was revealed. The most revealing was Lieutenant John Sayerson, a flying boat pilot, who is quoted as saying:

The thing shot vertically out of the water at tremendous velocity, as though pursued by the devil, and flew between the masts [of the ship] at such a high speed that the radio antenna oscillated back and forth in its turbulence. An aircraft [Martin flying-boat] from the Currituck that took off just a few moments later was struck with an unknown type of ray from the object, and almost instantly crashed into the sea near our vessel…. About ten miles away, the torpedo-boat Maddox burst into flames and began to sink… Having personally witnessed this attack by the object that flew out of the sea, all I can say is, it was frightening.” [Our Real “War of the Worlds”]

There is a serious question mark over whether or not another USS Maddox served with Operation Highjump, and a further question arises over whether the US misled Soviet authorities with false intelligence in 1947. Despite these unresolved questions, there is a very real possibility that the 1947 Soviet report is substantially accurate. If so, then we have a historical precedent for the US Navy battling an unknown UFO force in Antarctic waters.

The lack of confirmed sources makes Kettler’s and Duff’s claims of an undeclared war between hostile extraterestrial forces and a US led naval coalition in Antarctica and/or the Pacific, something to be seriously questioned, if not dismissed altogether. This is especially so given whistleblower testimony that a UFO false flag war has been planned for several decades. The likelihood that Kettler and Duff are unknowingly disseminating misinformation about hostile extraterrestrials as part of a false flag UFO scenario is high as I have written earlier.

The alleged 1947 UFO battle in Antarctica involving the US Navy either really happened or was US misinformation fed to the Soviets during the Stalin era, and later released to the general public in 1991. If the Soviet report is based on disinformation, then its release serves to promote international conditions for a future false flag UFO operation. If the Soviet report is substantially accurate, then the historical precedent of a 1947 UFO US Navy battle suggests that it would be unwise to simply dismiss Kettler’s and Duff’s claims as disinformation. In either case, great vigilance is required on the part of those investigating claims of battles between a US led alliance of naval powers, and hostile extraterrestrials based in undersea bases in Antarctica and/or the Pacific Ocean.

First Release of Fully Translated Russian Antarctic Documentary

For the first time, the legendary 2006 Russian documentary ‘Third Reich – Operation UFO’ in its entirety, fully translated into English and available for free viewing. Many thanks to Irina Du Toit for the translation and the saucer people for the subtitles.

The film explores the historical mysteries and rumours of a Nazi secret base in Antarctica, the 1947 flying saucer attack on Admiral Byrd’s ill-fated ‘Operation Highjump’ expedition and the occult origins of Third Reich anti-gravity engines, flying discs and ancient Atlantean technologies viewed through the lens of perhaps the three most mysterious twentieth century German organisations of all: the ‘Thule Society, ‘Vril Society’ and the ‘Ahnenerbe’

One of the core themes of the film is the alleged existence of ‘Base 211’, the legendary underground Nazi base in the Antarctica. Drawing upon the pre-war Nazi interest in Antarctica and the creation of ‘New Swabia’; the testimony of German U-Boat submarine commanders and the alleged disappearance of thousands of Nazi scientists and engineers at the end of the war, personnel that cannot be accounted for by the Vatican and Odessa ‘rat lines’ or American ‘Operation Paperclip’ activities. In addition, the film analyses the actual geo-physical possibilities of an underground base in Antarctica.

The other core theme is the alleged existence of a Nazi flying saucer program and the many evidential strands that this area generates. From the supposed channeling of extraterrestrial engineering schematics by members of the German occult group ‘Thule Society’ in the early part of the twentieth century to the ‘implosion engine’ of Viktor Schauberger and its possible appropriation by the Third Reich.

Bringing us to the the latter part of the twentieth century the documentary illustrates the many sightings of unknown crafts around the Antartic region and the theoretical basis for polar wormholes as entrance and exit points for visiting extraterrestrial spaceships and the possible involvement of HAARP, as well as asking why nearly all American Antarctic bases seem to be populated by agents of the National Security Agency and CIA.

Like the study of any phenomena and/or events that exist at the edges of consensus reality, occupy imaginal realms and are subject to historical revisionism; the interface of myth and reality is a shifting mosaic of fact, speculation, disinformation and fantasy, or to use the phrase of head CIA counter-intelligence spook, James Jesus Angleton, we have entered a “wilderness of mirrors”.

Certainly there are elements in the documentary that give cause for concern such as the alleged “Special Bureau 13”, the Nazi secret flying saucer research group and its similarity to the top secret government agency in the early eighties role playing game “Bureau 13: Stalking the Night Fantastic ” (though equally the RPG title could be an insider homage to this secret Nazi organisation). Likewise, there is the lack of information on the existence of the US Navy destroyer ‘Murdoch’ in the testimony recounted by pilot ‘John Sireson’ in his description of the flying saucer attack on Admiral Byrd’s fleet (testimony taken from an interview by the late pioneering American researcher Leonard Stringfield).


Operation UFO: Bases in the Antarctic

Equally, the testimony of Admiral Byrd that flying saucers attacked the ‘Operation Highjump’ fleet is of historical record as is his testimony to Congress of enemies that have the ability to fly “pole to pole”. Likewise, the creation of ‘New Swabia’ is as much a historical fact as the ‘impossible’ existence of the ‘Piri Reis’ map.

What sets this documentary apart from most others of its kind is the inclusion of high ranking Russian scientists and military personnel and their testimony should not be discounted.

As the great American anti-fascist researcher Dave Emory says of many elements of deep politics: “its food for thought and grounds for further research”.

Video Update: Prague Spring for studying extraterrestrial life- 2012 Exopolitics Congress Report

It was organized by Exopolitika Czech and promoted by the non-profit organization Goscha. The organizing team consisted of :

The program started Friday late afternoon with a press conference. Saturday and Sunday the speakers would be presenting their work throughout the day. Karel Raisin and Simona Smidova waited at the airport for the arrival of guests.

On the first day, and after leaving our bags at the hotel around 18.00 we had a nice reception at a private room inside the Goscha building. Igor Chaun, the promoter of the event made a brief presentation speech and invited the guest speakers for a toast to the success of the event. Shortly after the toast and after a few brief words of introduction from the organization’s members and guests, it was time to move to the auditorium where the audience was looking forward to meet the protagonists.

On stage was already a long table, where the speakers would be seated. Igor Chaun made the introduction and then passed the word to each of the guest speakers, who spoke a little about their projects. The public showed much interest and was putting questions with the help and moderation of Igor Chaun. The time flew and by 21:00 this inaugural session would end.

From England came also Miles Johnston and Colin, two colleagues of Joanne who had intended to interview Eva Zemanova, a contactee and witness to the incident of Bodhgaya, who had already been investigated by Barry King, and interviewed by Kerry Kassidy in April 2011. Eva had come to visit us at the hotel just before we left for the inaugural session, and told us a bit of her background and story. Following this conversation, Eva gave us the written report made ​​by Barry King.

Saturday, March 12, at 09:00, Simona Smidova picked us up at the hotel and took us to the premises of the association GOSCHA, where several people already were waiting for us. Igor Chaun gave a warm welcome to all and passed the word to Karel Raisin, founder and coordinator of Exopolitics Czech.

Karel gave an introduction to the concept of Exopolitics, and went then moving to present the Alpha Project which focuses on the study of the phenomenon of abductions in the Czech Republic. Karel then spoke about a few cases that he has followed.

Then Dr. Michael Salla presented several cases of concealment of the UFO phenomenon since 1947 in Roswell, from documents (now declassified) and investigations made ​​by other researchers that proved that the US Army was involved in shaping public perception, to divert people’s attention or even deceive them, to better conceal the very phenomenon that puzzled and worried the top of the military hierarchy.

After the lunch break, right at 14:30 and with the room filled, Robert Bernatowicz, presented his research and experience with crop circles, and orbs. In a speech very passionate and full of power, Robert wanted to make clear that the phenomenon is real, and the audience enthusiastically responded, in the end, with a strong ovation.

This was followed by the presentation of Joanne Summerscales, founder of AMMACH (Anomalous Mind Management Abduction, contactee Helpeline). This project was founded in May 2011, and Joanne showed the work that has been done throughout this year of birth. Some videos were screened with interviews with victims of abduction. Joanne has gathered evidence from several countries and has opened a helpline on purpose so that people can call to report their experiences.

Robert Fleischer was next. The disclosure in Germany seems to be something taboo, but Robert has been closely following the initiative of a citizen who placed the German parliament in court for not respecting the law of freedom of information and not provide the files relating to an UFO study done by the parliament’s department of scientific research. Robert was able to have access to some Swiss and German files which made an excellent illustration of the truth hidden in Germany and also mentioned the case of UN Decision 33/426, promoted by Sir Eric Gary (Prime Minister of Grenada – 1978) and Lee Spiegel, who he had the opportunity to interview recently.

Already a little late in time, Francisco Mourão Corrêa initiated the presentation, making a historical retrospective on the “clash” of civilizations at the time of the Portuguese discoveries. He then made a review of 5 interesting cases of UFO sightings in Portugal, involving two Chiefs of Staff of the Portuguese Air Force and ended with a short approach to the case of Fatima and the “miracle” of the Sun in1917. The agenda of this second day of Congress, ended short after 09pm.

Friday the 13th, the session began with Vaclav Urban, a member of the Exopolitics Czech, who made an overview of what happened in his country in terms of awakening to the phenomenon. He also did a retrospective of several books that were written on the subject, including the work of Eric Von Daniken.

 

Michael Reynolds, an architect and defender of the idea of ​​sustainable  construction taking advantage of solid waste of our society, such as glass bottles and plastic or tires, spoke of his project “EarthShips.”

Then the film director Vilian Poltikovic presented a documentary made ​​in Peru on UFO sightings, the role of local shamans who speak of “gods” from the heavens above, and  about the Nazca lines.

There was then a break for lunch.

Igor Chaun began the evening program presenting his last mystical experiences in the Amazon rainforest. Experiences that made ​​him see life differently.

Michael Salla then made ​​his second presentation, on the oficial initiatives on the UFO phenomenon, and mentioned Sir Eric Gary’s UNGA 33/326, JFK, Clinton and Obama.

 

At the end of this intervention, and unexpectedly, there appeared an ex-Major of the Czech Air Force, who had a sighting and wanted to give his testimony. Then, a Vietnamese spiritual guide  spoke a little about her background and work and suggested a guided meditation that was well accepted by the audience. With this episode the Congress had come to an end, but not before all the guests went on stage to be greeted by the audience.

We really have much to thank this great privilege of having been able to participate in this excellent initiative organized by Exopolitics Czech and Project Goscha. The organizing team showed a dedication and a professional pride that is not very common to find. Everything was perfect. An interested public and participatory environment full of good energy, a promoter who was an excellent communicator, and a highly professional team of translators. We could not have expected anything better. It was fantastic and we want more!…

Presentation Abstract
This presentation gives an overview of national government policies on extraterrestrial life. Presentation begins with a popular typology of extraterrestrial civilizations and proposes a motivation for their visitation in terms of how thermonuclear weapons may interfere with the propulsion systems of advanced civilizations in the vicinity of our planet and/or space time continuum. Presentation then focuses on how international responses to visiting extraterrestrials has been coordinated by governments and select global institutions, such as the Bilderberg Group, in the economic and political spheres. Military coordination by NATO member states in implementing shoot to kill orders against UFOs is examined, as is a coordinated response to extraterrestrials among us. Finally, a number of global initiatives are examined including the 1978 initiative by Sir Eric Gairy, Prime Minister of Grenada, to have the United Nations study extraterrestrial life; and the scientific impact of exoplanets being discovered in the habitable region of different solar systems.

Pentagon plans for Alien invasion exist according to military professor

Professor Paul Springer from the U.S. Air Command and Staff College was authorized by his employers to discuss military plans to respond to an alien invasion. Springer responded to questions by an Australian Television program exploring possible responses to an alien invasion that aired on Easter Sunday. In the segment titled ““U.S. military making plans for an alien invasion,” he discussed the implications of humanity being confronted by an extraterrestrial threat. Springer’s comments echoed the sentiments by Professor Stephen Hawking in April 2010 that advanced extraterrestrial life is likely to be predatory, and humanity needs to be prepared for contact with hostile off-world visitors. Furthermore, Springer’s comments reveal that a 2006 book titled An Introduction to Planetary Defense: A Study of Modern Warfare Applied to Extra-Terrestrial Invasion, written by a number of defense contractors, may in fact contain many aspects of the Pentagon’s classified plan. Most importantly, Springer’s comments confirm for the first time that the Pentagon has drawn up contingency plans for an extraterrestrial invasion.

In the alien invasion TV segment, Springer was asked: “What do you think would be the alien plan? What would they do first?” He responded:

That really depends on why they are here in the first place. If they are here for the extraction of a specific resource, for example, they might just want to eliminate any resistance that might block them from their objective. If, on the other hand, their goal was actual occupation and conquest, then they would probably have to prioritize anything they perceive as a threat to their own dominance. So, they would probably start by wiping out as many communications networks as possible and eliminating as many weapons that might represent some form of threat either to them, or to the resources they are trying to extract. So they might very well want to counter every nuclear weapon, not because it represented a threat to them, but because it might destroy whatever they’re here to collect.

Significantly, Springer addresses how the Pentagon would view extraterrestrial interference with nuclear weapons. Aliens would interfere with nuclear weapons not because they are dangerous to life here or elsewhere, but because nuclear weapons are a threat to what the aliens wish to collect from Earth. It has been well documented that for 60 years or more, UFOs have been monitoring nuclear weapons facilities, and in some situations have actively interfered with nuclear weapons. Many UFO researchers have interpreted this as a sign that extraterrestrials were trying to warn humanity of the global threat posed by nuclear weapons. Indeed, numerous individuals claiming to have been contacted or abducted by extraterrestrials since the early 1950s have made a similar point. Springer’s comments reveal the contrasting conclusion drawn by the Pentagon in their planning scenario.

Springer is then asked: “Wouldn’t it be a strange situation if humanity had to band together, fighting alongside Russia, or I guess, the Taliban?” He responded:

It would, but keep in mind that many of the greatest civilizations in human history have been formed, basically, to counter a common enemy. When you look at the great world powers of the globe today, you find a lot of them formed because of the fear of a common enemy.

Significantly, this echoes the same sentiment drawn by former President Ronald Reagan at a famous speech at the UN General Assembly in September 1987:

In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside of this world. And yet I ask – is not an alien force already among us?

Reagan’s last question reveals that he did not believe that an alien invasion scenario was something that lay ahead in future decades. It was a contingency humanity had to grapple with in the immediate moment – an extraterrestrial presence was already among us. Global unity was an imperative to deal with all the implications of such a presence! It appears that Reagan was secretly briefed about extraterrestrial life, and some of the threats this posed to humanity. Was he really warning the world about classified alien secrets withheld from the global public?

Not so fast according to reporters such as Alex Jones and Kurt Nimmo. They believe that the alien invasion scenario described by Springer would in fact be a false flag operation using very earthly advanced technologies to simulate an alien invasion: The goal would be to justify the creation of a one world government where more and more civil liberties would be lost – especially for U.S. citizens.

A false flag alien invasion scenario was first revealed by Dr Werner Von Braun, a founder of the US Apollo Space Program, to Carol Rosin shortly before the former’s death in 1977 This gives credence to a possible agenda behind the Pentagon leaking an alien invasion plan. The threat would be contrived, extraterrestrials aren’t real at all. What, however, would be the case if Reagan’s warning was authentic, and extraterrestrials are already here? In such a scenario, there would be many good reasons why Jones and Nimmo are wrong, and greater global governance would be essential in dealing with advanced extraterrestrial life and technology.

Prof Springer’s revelation of classified Pentagon plans to respond to an alien invasion raises many intriguing questions. Most importantly, Springer reveals that the Pentagon acknowledges the importance of thinking through the many national security issues surrounding the possible existence of extraterrestrial life and technology. Whether one agrees with former President Reagan that extraterrestrials are already here and constitute a global threat, or whether the Pentagon plan is merely a ruse for a false flag event to usher in a one world government; in either case, the time for serious study of issues concerning extraterrestrial life has come. The global media and scholarly community need to educate themselves and the public about the many political implications of advanced alien life, evidence that such life is already visiting us, and finally whether extraterrestrials are our friends or foes.

Our Reptilian Overlords – A Day with David Icke

Yesterday, I made the trip from the Big Island of Hawaii to the adjoining island of Maui to see David Icke do a one day event on the theme “Remember Who You Are”. I had some years earlier read two of Icke’s books and many of his articles where he discussed the secret hierarchy in control of our world. This was my first time seeing him live. I was looking forward to the experience, and was not to be disappointed.

About 450 people were there at the Castle Theater to see Icke deliver an impassioned ten hour presentation broken down into four parts. It was wonderful to see the Hawaiian audience react so positively to the message he had to deliver, which covered the full spectrum of his understanding of our global situation, and how humanity can break free of our “Reptilian” overlords by riding a powerful “truth frequency” wave sweeping into our world. A metaphor that resonated swell with the Hawaiian surfers in the audience – including myself.

The first part of the day dealt with “Remember Who You Are”. In it Icke explained how the universe is little more than various frequencies, and that the consciousness at the core of our identity uses this energetic frequency field to generate a holographic image of our physical bodies. He persuasively argued that we are eternal beings of infinite consciousness having a holographic experience. Our bodies are little more than physical vehicles, like cars, that accommodate us for short periods, before we let them go for a new model – reincarnation.

Icke explained the importance of understanding how the energetic frequency field around us, is the substratum of the holographic image that is created by our five senses. Understanding how this holographic image is created – our physical body – not only is important for remembering who we are, eternal beings of infinite consciousness, but also how we are manipulated to believe we are powerless. That took us into part two of Icke’s Remember Who You Are. Icke showed how historically humanity has been controlled by those whose energy frequency field is more expansive than our own. This allows humanity’s controllers to manipulate our perceptual field which is made up of all that our five physical senses take in, and is processed by our brain.

Essentially, the controllers own sensory inputs processes more of the energy frequency field around us. The way they manipulate humanity is to implant our junk DNA with information that allows us to be manipulated to varying degrees. Those humans who have the right bloodlines (DNA) are steered into positions of power by our controllers.

These human elites – bluebloods – are genetically hardwired in a way that allows them to be manipulated even more directly by our historical overlords that oversee this vast genetic intervention. As to who are our overlords, no surprise for those following the work of David Icke – they are Reptilian multidimensional entities whose perceptual fields and abilities allow them to overshadow our perceptual reality.

Our Reptilian overlords, according to Icke, have been here for a very long time and evidence is found in many cultural traditions and artifacts. They act like shadowy puppeteers in pulling the genetic strings of elites prominently placed in the hierarchical control system. I was especially impressed by Icke’s explanation of how the moon is in fact an artificially created satellite whose chief purpose is to transmit electromagnetic frequencies that allow humanity to be controlled. Icke quoted a number of authors saying the same thing over the last hundred years or so. Basically, it appears that the moon’s position, the way it precisely overshadows the sun during eclipses, and its influence over human emotions, female cycles, tidal patterns, etc., is no accident. This made a lot of sense.

Unfortunately, this was not the case for Icke’s explanation of the role of the planet Saturn in the control system manipulating humanity. Icke explained how historically the planet or ‘god’ Saturn has been the center of many religious and cultural systems as a figure of worship. He claimed that the word “Satan” has its roots in Saturn. The fact that so many past imperial cultures, and Satanist groups, have venerated the planet or god Saturn, makes it part of the planetary control system according to Icke.

This is where Icke generated some controversy when he tried to explain how the Star of David was an image of the Saturnian belief system with Satanic aspects. Given that the Star of David is a venerated symbol for the nation of Israel and Jewish identity, this would naturally trigger some powerful emotions. Icke tried to rationalize it this way. He was against Rothschild Zionism which historically has manipulated Jews in fulfilling a planetary agenda that would culminate in a Third World War. The Star of David was part of the agenda of Rothschild Zionism and had little to do with any core Jewish identity.

One audience member repeatedly tried to challenge Icke on this, but was not allowed to ask any question. Later in the day, the audience member rushed the stage in frustration causing quite a commotion. More on the Star of David symbol later.

The third part of the day dealt with our current geo-political system. Basically, the planetary control system is in high gear trying to counter the rising consciousness of humanity caused by an incoming truth frequency. The controllers realize that they are about to lose power, and are making every attempt to intimidate and frighten humanity into submission. This is why, according to Icke, the Obama administration has gone to great lengths to implement legislation that enables it greater control over every aspect of American life: food, water, drugs, finances, security, etc.

The final part of the presentation was the kind of pep talk one would hear from a general giving one final exhortation to his troops before battle. General Icke was taking this one last opportunity to motivate all to realize who they are – expressions of infinite consciousness having holographic experiences – to say “No” to the controllers agenda, and to rally others to do the same. The time for nonviolent revolution is now!

Overall, it had been an inspiring performance by Icke, who despite some obvious health challenges, made it through to the end of his ten hour marathon without collapsing as probably this and other mere mortals would have done. This takes me to the downside of my day long experience with David Icke. It became obvious that this was to be a very one way experience. Icke was to speak uninterrupted for close to ten hours in all without any questions or interruption from the audience.

This created quite a paradox with what Icke was intending to achieve. It became clear that he was downloading a lot of information and conditioning his audience to be informed of the problems confronting humanity, and to take action according to his prescription. Given that the main problem confronting humanity was conditioning by its secret Reptilian overlords, it is no minor paradox that Icke was doing something very similar. If he really believed his audience comprised infinite expressions of consciousness having holographic experiences, then perhaps he could learn something from them to improve his own understanding of what is occurring at a planetary level. This was not to be. Icke had worked it all out. All the audience had to do was absorb Icke’s message and act on it.

So I’ll take this opportunity to share what this individual expression of infinite consciousness would have pointed out if given the opportunity to ask questions. First, the Star of David is a very old and ancient symbol, and not at all an exclusive negative symbol that furthers a Zionist Rothschild control agenda. The Star of David has been described by various authors as a two dimensional representation of two interlocking tetrahedrons (a star tetrahedron) that have tremendous transformational power as part of something called sacred geometry by Drunvalo Melchizadek, or hyperdimensional physics by Richard Hoagland.

There is much information about the transformational aspects of the Star of David, and it is in many ways a sacred symbol. I certainly sympathized with those objecting to Icke’s crude depiction of the Star of David symbol, and attempt to caricature it as a symbol of oppression. Second, according to Icke, all forms of hierarchy are bad.

This includes an alleged spiritual hierarchy called the “Great White Brotherhood” that has been silently intervening in human affairs for a positive future. Really? There is abundant evidence that such a secret ‘spiritual’ hierarchy had intervened in many ways to help guide humanity’s evolution, but doing so largely behind the scenes so as to not have too inordinate an influence in human affairs. It appears that they have been doing something similar to what Icke is now doing, but for a lot longer, and arguably more effectively given that humanity has not self-destructed.

With up to 60,000 thousand nuclear weapons having existed in weapons stockpiles over the last sixty years that have been controlled by corrupt elites, it’s nothing short of miraculous that humanity has survived. The alleged Great White Brotherhood, according to many sources did intervene on many occasions to prevent a nuclear holocaust. If there is a dark control pyramid of power running our world as Icke suggests, correctly in my opinion, then it would be natural to assume that a benevolent hierarchical counterforce comprising enlightened beings exists.

I have written articles analysing witness testimonies describing how such enlightened beings, whom I call celestials, have regularly silently intervened in human affairs. My third point concerns the authority figures in the U.S. government and military that are largely depicted as puppets taking their marching orders from the shadowy control groups directing human affairs. This ignores evidence that there is in fact a powerful behind-the-scenes constitutional faction in the U.S. military and various federal agencies, fighting effectively against such things as a new war against Iran, and preventing false flag operations using nuclear weapons. Two examples come to mind. One was Admiral William Fallon who was at the apex of a U.S. generals revolt over Bush administration plans to attack Iran in 2007. The other was an incident concerning a B-52 bomber from Minot Air Force Base loaded with nuclear missiles that was ‘discovered’ at Barksdale AFB in 2007. The Bomber was enroute to the Middle East in a covert operation orchestrated by former Vice-President Cheney. What happened was that there was a faction within in the U.S. military that objected to the covert operation, and leaked information to news sources. This effectively prevented what was likely going to be a false flag nuclear operation.

So the planetary control system is not at all monolithic, but comprises different factions that are battling each other. Finally, in his first book, The Robot’s Rebellion (1994), Icke stressed the role of a “Luciferian consciousness” at the apex of the control pyramid directing human affairs. In 1998, with his book, The Biggest Secret, he replaced this “Luciferian consciousness” by Reptilian overlords. While Icke during his day long event did admit to the possibility that there was probably something behind the Reptilians, this “Luciferian consciousness” was not anything he explicitly mentioned.

While he did mention Satan and Satanic rituals, the context suggested that these were activities directed by our Reptilian overlords to place humans into fear. This is opposite to his first book where the Luciferian consciousness manipulated not only humanity, but also extraterrestrial species. This reversal appeared to me to be a major step backwards in the evolution of Icke’s thinking over the last two decades. Why did Icke reverse his earlier position? It appears much less persuasive to argue in favor of Reptilian overlords given the historical evidence of a Luciferian consciousness at the apex of the control pyramid in our world.

The Reptilian overlord thesis made it easier to ridicule Icke’s entire corpus of work by those sceptical that various royal families and political elites are in fact shapeshifting Reptilians. I admit it did look rather childish to see green Reptilian images with sharp teeth at the top of the control structure given what other major researchers such as Fritz Springmeier have found when it comes to the role of a Luciferian consciousness directing human affairs.

The most impressive recent expose of this Luciferian consciousness was a dialogue initiated by someone calling himself the Hidden Hand on the Above Top Secret forum in October 2008. I wrote an article about the Hidden Hand’s revelations and how this Luciferian consciousness went beyond human affairs, and affected all extraterrestrial life, including Reptilians. This leads me to question whether David Icke was effectively misinformed at some point when it comes to discussing the apex of the planetary control pyramid? Was he directed to Reptilian shapeshifting stories by witnesses to effectively jettison his earlier position about the Luciferian consciousness? Did Icke get too close to the truth with his first book, The Robots Rebellion, and was subjected to a disinformation program to steer him away from the most damaging part of what he was learning?

All questions I would have loved to ask. The entire corpus of David Icke’s work undoubtedly helps inform a sleeping humanity about the secret control system and the role of certain extraterrestrial groups in the planetary hierarchical control system. There is much evidence supporting Icke’s claim of intervention of Reptilians extraterrestrials in human affairs, but are they our planetary overlords? I seriously doubt it, and think this is clever disinformation by the ultimate planetary contollers – a Luciferian consciousness – to sow fear and distrust about one of the extraterrestrial species resident and/or visiting our world. Despite my lingering unanswered questions, I joined the Hawaiian audience in giving David Icke a thoroughly deserved standing ovation for a marathon effort in helping us Remember Who We Are!

Hidden Hand Dialogue reveals extraterrestrial factor in Illuminati control of Earth

The Hidden Hand Dialogue is a set of questions and answers given by a self-described Illuminati insider and members of the Above Top Secret Forum that was recorded in October 2008. The insider responds to questions in a sincere and consistent way, and reveals valuable information about the secret control mechanisms used by an elite group of insiders he calls “The Family”. Among the many insights s/he gives is that the leadership of the family is very much aligned with a group of extraterrestrial visitors. If genuine, the Hidden Hand dialogues provide many answers to how our world is secretly run, how the extraterrestrial question applies to it, and what may happen at the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012. The Hidden Hand dialogue is based on the premise that secret elite groups control our planet and have been doing so for millennia. These elite groups have been described as the Illuminati, the Incunabula, Nephilim, etc., in books such as Rule By Secrecy, Gods of Eden, and The Biggest Secret. The basic idea is that a select group of families with distinct bloodlines have accumulated power and pass this on from one generation to another. In fact, this is precisely how the insider (the “Hidden Hand”) introduces him- or herself, and describes the group to which he belongs:

I am a generational member of a Ruling Bloodline Family… Our Lineage can be traced back beyond antiquity. From the earliest times of your recorded “history”, and beyond, our Family has been ‘directing’ the ‘play’ from behind the scenes, in one way or another. [Note: all Hidden Hand quotes are cited from here]
The Hidden Hand reveals the number of core bloodlines making up “The Family”:
There are 13 ‘base’ or ‘core’ original bloodlines. Yet there are many many other lines that spring from these, as do rivers from the oceans. If you imagine the 13 Original lines as Primary colour, that can be mixed to create a vast array of other colours, then you will have some comprehension. Again, no competition, just Family.
Hidden Hand describes the structure of the ruling bloodlines as follows:
In the grand scheme of things, the Line is not as important as the House, the House, is not as important as the Family. The Family is all. No matter the House or Line, we are One (truly international) Family. Imagine if you will, a body. A House would represent a vital organ or body part within the Body itself. Each part has an important role to play in the functioning of the whole, and to each of us, the ‘whole’ has our undivided loyalty. As I say, many lines, (far more than you are aware of), One Family.
So for example, a particular bloodline, the Rothschilds, is part of a House that controls international finances in this global Family.
Of the thirteen base bloodlines, the Hidden Hand says that only three are indigenous to Earth. The rest have off-world origins, the so called Fallen Angels or Nephilim as described in the Book of Enoch. S/he clearly identifies where the most power is found among the thirteen bloodlines: “I want to be clear on this Bloodline issue. The ones you know, they are of earthly lineage. Yes, they have their place in the Family, but the Real Power lines, do not originate from this planet.
Further clarifying the identity of the most powerful bloodlines, the Hidden Hand says they derive from the “group soul” or entity known as Lucifer:
Our Creator, is the one you refer to as ‘Lucifer’, “The Light Bearer” and “Bright and Morning Star”. Our Creator is not “The Devil” as he has been spuriously portrayed in your bible. Lucifer is what you would call a “Group Soul” or “Social Memory Complex”, which has evolved to the level of the Sixth Density…. In appearance, were you to gaze upon Lucifer’s fullest expression of our Being, the appearance would be that of a Sun or a “Bright Star”. Or, when stepping down into a 3rd Density vibration, we would appear as what you may term an ‘Angel’ or ‘Light Being’.
So while the Family is led by ten extraterrestrial bloodlines, all thirteen bloodlines see themselves as physical manifestations of Lucifer – a highly evolved spiritual being who has taken on the assignment of creating a negative polarity which gives humanity the opportunity to evolve by making better moral choices. While this admission would lead to fundamentalist Christians describing the Family as devil worshippers, and extraterrestrials as demons, the Hidden Hand is suggesting that Lucifer is performing a form of spiritual service. Importantly, as I discuss later, the Family and its Luciferian power structure, is also a problem for extraterrestrial civilizations. This is how the Hidden Hand justifies why The Family engages in behaviors that many describe as evil:
[W]e need a very high percentage of Negative Polarity, if we are to achieve a Negative Harvest. In other words, we have to be Self-Service-Centred to an extreme degree, in order to become Negatively Harvested. This is why we work so hard to be as Negatively Polarized as we possibly can be,
Put simply, this means that the more highly negative or “evil” the Family is in maintaining its control over the rest of humanity, the more likely that the Family can achieve its ultimate goal. While this appears paradoxical, the Hidden Hand elaborates a complex philosophy as to why this is so.
Understand, that we HAVE to be Negative. That’s what we were sent here to be. It is our contract, and it has always been to help you, by providing the “Catalyst” I spoke of earlier.
By “catalyst,” the Hidden Hand means performing actions that force the rest of humanity to make important moral choices. He explains further:
[W]e must be as Negatively Polarized as possible. Service to Self in the extreme. Violence, War, Hatred, Greed, Control, Enslavement, Genocide, Torture, Moral Degradation, Prostitution, Drugs, all these things and more, they serve our purpose.
This is how the Family sanctions such highly negative behaviors as ritual human sacrifice, and child abuse as documented by researchers such as John DeCamp. The ultimate goal is to awaken humanity to take actions to stop these negative things from happening.

Basically, the Hidden hand claims that the Family is teaching humanity to be more empathic. For most, empathy is a defining characteristic of our humanity. Not caring for others suffering from deprivation, acts of violence, would make us less than human. For those belonging to the Family, empathy is something that would hold one back on the path to “negative polarity” which, paradoxically, will help humanity become more empathic. The paradox here is described by the Hidden Hand:

The ultimate paradox in all this, is that in this storyline we are all co-creating together, in order for us to be of the most Service to you, we must be utterly self serving. I do so love our Creator’s sense of irony.
In answer to a question about a race of extraterrestrials called “Reptilians” being the real power group on the planet, the Hidden Hand claimed: “We are most certainly NOT Reptilian, and there is nothing remotely reptilian about the True Power Bloodlines.” This is an important admission by the Hidden Hand. While the most powerful elements of the Family are extraterrestrials, the Reptilian species has nothing to do with the real power behind the Family. This is contrary to what authors such as David Icke have been claiming that our world is secretly controlled by Reptilian entities. What the Hidden Hand is suggesting instead is that there is a Luciferian group soul that is working in our Galaxy that has established power not only on our planet, but on other worlds. Reptilian worlds under the influence of the Family, or Luciferian entity, would be as highly manipulated as our own by off-world bloodlines. In other words, just as the Family has historically manipulated nations of our world into countless wars that increase the power of the Family, so too the Family has played a similar role in fomenting galactic wars. In short, the Hidden Hand has not only revealed the secret power structure that manipulates life on our planet, but also the power structure that dominates many planets in our galaxy and beyond. This appears uncannily similar to the Star Wars saga where a group of dark spiritual entities called the Sith secretly infiltrate and take over political and spiritual organizations in the Galaxy. If the Hidden Hand and his Luciferian peers belong to something similar to the Sith, is there a positive counterpart similar to the Jedi Knights? This is how the Hidden Hand describes the modern equivalent of the Jedi Knights – a positive polarity “Family”:
There is such a family (or group more accurately), but you cannot see them, and neither are you aware of their existence. They help the planet from a secret “Inner” location, by the Quality of the Energy work they engage in and project outward to you, from the Source.
How accurate and genuine is the Hidden Hand? In terms of some predictions, s/he was way off. E.g.,
San Francisco and Damascus, will be uninhabitable by the end of 2010, possibly even sooner… There will be raging tsunamis and widespread devastation; and a solar emission in late 2009 early 2010 that will cause major melting of the ice caps, and subsequent drastic rise in sea levels, leaving many (international) metropolitan areas underwater.
These failed predictions suggest that, even if genuine, the Hidden Hand and the Family are not infallible when it comes to predicting and/or controlling world events. In terms of philosophy, the Hidden Hand dialogue is very consistent with the RA material which is the most widely cited set of channeled materials on the planet. The RA material (1981-1984) was the first to introduce concepts such as negative and positive polarities, densities, a Harvest around 2012, and social memory complexes that are repeatedly cited by the Hidden Hand. The RA material also revealed that it was possible for a group of entities to spiritually evolve through densities by negative activities. This idea is unique to the RA material, and appears counter intuitive at first, but has a solid philosophical background to it. In terms of agenda, the Hidden Hand says that s/he has been instructed to participate in revealing the truth of Earth’s hidden rulers since this is a requirement for the upcoming “Harvest.” In the Harvest, all individuals are tested for their core ethical orientation for whether they evolve or not out of our third density existence, into a more refined fourth density.
 
The End of the Mayan Calendar (approximately December 2012) is claimed to be when the Harvest occurs. Individuals then get to decide what is most important in their lives – the polarities of “service to self” or “service to other”. Those in the middle, who haven’t yet chosen a polarity, are at real risk during the Harvest according to the Hidden Hand and also in the RA material. The agenda behind the Hidden Hand’s revelation therefore appears to be very plausible given what has been described in the RA material. Most importantly, the agenda may not be exclusive to Earth, but also applies to extraterrestrial worlds where “The Family” has great influence.
 
So what can one conclude from the Hidden Hand dialogue? In my opinion, it is a genuine revelation by an insider belonging to an organization called “The Family” that has both Earthly human and extraterrestrial membership. The Family has been secretly involved in ruling both the Earth and other planets through highly placed elites in key social and political institutions. No one extraterrestrial race is the nexus of negative activities as mistakenly claimed by Icke and others. The nexus of evil (or negative polarity) comes from a Luciferian entity or group soul that has physically manifested itself in terms of an elite called “The Family.” Humanity and extraterrestrial civilizations have similar problems in dealing with “The Family” which has succeeded in attaining power to varying degrees in their respective societies, especially so as we witness the end of the Mayan Calendar around 2012.
