72 Newly-Discovered Galaxies Changes Odds in Fermi’s Paradox

• In 1950, Enrico Fermi posed a question to his colleagues at the Los Alamos National Labs, ‘If there are billions of stars in the galaxy, all with it’s own planets, then why have we not been visited by other galactic civilizations?’  This is known as the Fermi Paradox.

• Astronomers at the European Southern Observatory, using a Multi-Unit Spectroscopic Explorer on a large telescope in northern Chili, focused on a small spot in the constellation Fornax and found 72 new galaxies containing a few trillion new stars (and trillions of new planets). This greatly increases the chances of many more planets that could harbor not just life, but intelligent life.

According to basically ALL of the whistleblowers, our solar system and the Earth itself is swarming with technologically advanced extraterrestrials ranging from the many who are here only to observe, to others who would assist humanity from a distance, to a handful that are well-into the process of enslaving and subjugating the hapless human population.

 

“Where is everybody?”

That’s the question Enrico Fermi asked his co-workers at the at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 1950 as they pondered lunch and why, if there are billions of stars in the Milky Way galaxy older than our Sun with a high probability of having planets similar to Earth, we’ve never had any contact (that they knew of) with other civilizations – advanced or lesser. The question lives on today as the famous Fermi Paradox.

“Redo the numbers, Enrico. They just found 72 more galaxies!”

If they were alive today, that might be his friends’ response to the news that astronomers taking the deepest view of the universe ever have discovered at least 72 more galaxies. Even using conservative estimates, that’s a few trillion more stars and, if they average 8 planets like ours, many trillions more planets, of which a tiny but now larger percentage could hold life.
“Where is everybody?”

Let’s take the easy answer first. In a press release this week, ESO astronomers announced that they pointed the Multi Unit Spectroscopic Explorer (MUSE) instrument on the ESO’s Very Large Telescope (VLT) in Chile at a small spot in space known as the Hubble Ultra Deep Field (HUDF). Located in the constellation Fornax, it was first observed by the Hubble Space Telescope from September 24, 2003, to January 16, 2004. That data allowed astronomers to look back 13 billion years and, combined with later observations using the Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3), estimate that the small region contained about 10,000 galaxies.

Then came MUSE. It was installed on the VTL in 2014 and astronomers used it for about two years (137 hours of telescope time) to further study the HUDF and detect galaxies 100 times dimmer than before that emit Lyman-alpha radiation, an indication that they are extremely distant, young, low-mass galaxies. Seventy-two of these galaxies were counted, with some estimated to have existed just 800 million years after the Big Bang.

Humans Would Be Cool with Finding Aliens

• A study of 501 people by Arizona State University psychologist Michael Varnum shows that people typically respond quite positively to the notion of microbial life on other planets.

• Past polls show that more than half of Americans, British and Germans believe intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations exist. Thirty percent believe that intelligent aliens have contacted Earth, but that the government has covered it up.

• “I think there might be something sort of comforting about knowing that life wasn’t an accident that happened once here,” he said. “Maybe it makes us feel a little less fragile or a little less lonely in the expanse of space” said Varnum.

 

If extraterrestrial life is ever discovered, humanity would probably be pretty cool with it.

A new study, one of very few of its kind, finds that people typically respond quite positively to the notion of life on other planets. The study investigated the possibility of finding microbial extraterrestrials, not intelligent E.T.s, so people’s responses might be a little different if they were told an armada of aliens were headed toward Earth, cautioned study author Michael Varnum, a psychologist at Arizona State University. Nevertheless, he noted, large portions of people believe that intelligent aliens do exist and that they’ve visited Earth; so even a more dramatic announcement might not ruffle feathers.

“What this suggests is, there’s no reason to be afraid” of sharing news of astrobiology with the public, Varnum told Live Science. “We won’t collapse. We’re not going to have chaos in the streets.”

Are we alone?

How people would respond to finding they’re not alone in the universe is a perennial question, but one that has been the subject of far more speculation than study, Varnum said. He could find only one study that asked people how they thought they’d react to the announcement of extraterrestrial life, and it was a decade old.

Varnum wanted to tackle the question a bit more realistically. So he turned to the real-world news, analyzing articles dating back to 1967 that looked at discoveries that could potentially have hinted at alien life (including — full disclosure — articles by Live Science’s sister site Space.com on a star with irregular brightness cycles that might have signaled extraterrestrial activity, but the irregular cycles more likely result from orbiting dust).

Most of the language in these pieces skewed positive, software analyses revealed, and writers tended to emphasize the potential rewards of discovery over potential risks. Armed with that knowledge, Varnum turned to real people. He first recruited 501 subjects on Amazon’s Mechanical Turk crowd-sourcing website, paying them a small fee to write responses to two questions. One was how they would feel if scientists announced the discovery of alien microbial life. The other was how they thought the public at large would respond to such an announcement.

“It’s really much more likely that we’re going to encounter strange germs rather than E.T.,” Varnum said. And no one has previously studied people’s attitudes toward the discovery of alien microbes.
In a second study, Varnum recruited Mechanical Turk participants again. This time, they read a real-life article about the possibility of alien microbes. In 1996, scientists announced that they’d found what might be fossilized microbes in a Martian meteorite, known as Allan Hills 84001. Today, the researchers behind that discovery still think they may have found telltale signs of ancient alien life, though people in the field as a whole are far from convinced. At any rate, contemporary news articles about the discovery were very positive, Varnum said. He lifted one from The New York Times, stripped it of information about the date, and presented it to 256 participants as a new article. As a control group, he asked 249 other participants to read a real article about the creation of synthetic life in the laboratory.

Earthlings love company

In both studies, people reacted to the idea of alien life with more positivity than negativity, Varnum found. They tended to focus on the rewards over the risks. Individuals in the first study felt they, personally, would respond to the announcement of microbial E.T.s with a little more positivity than the public at large, but they still thought humanity as a whole would be enthused.

Cambridge University Scientist Says Aliens Are Real & Look Like Humans

  • Cambridge University professor and evolutionary biologist, Simon Conway Morris, believes aliens are not only real, but look just like us, and notes how interesting it is that we have yet to find or come in contact with human-like beings given the number of Earth-like planets we have discovered so far.

  • Says Morris, “…given the number of potential planets that we now have good reason to think exist, even if the dice only come up the right way every one in 100 throws, that still leads to a very large number of intelligences scattered around, that are likely to be similar to us.”

  • “More problematic is that many of these solar systems far, far pre-date our solar system. They would have, in principle, a major head start of hundreds of millions, if not billions, of years.”

  • “We shouldn’t be alone but… all the evidence suggests we are. Maybe [aliens] are hiding.” “My suspicion is we have only begun to scratch at the surface of reality.”

  • Can we take Professor Morris seriously? Given the amount of evidence, case studies, and experiences that have been documented, it’s not at all unreasonable to believe that aliens not only exist, but could be among us already.

Evolutionary biologist Simon Conway Morris has shared his belief that aliens are not only real, but look just like us, and notes how interesting it is that we have yet to find or come in contact with human-like beings, given the number of Earth-like planets we have discovered so far.

Professor Conway Morris is best known for his study on the Cambrian explosion, which saw a sudden evolutionary burst of complex animal life occur around 542 million years ago. Morris, a man of both religion and science, has also been challenging popular scientific theories with an open mind for quite some time. He feels that many theories, when pulled together, can help explain how we all got here, but on their own paint only an incomplete picture.

Given his history, it’s unsurprising that Morris also delves into the ET realm. He feels that because many of the planets we have discovered are similar to our own, harbouring the distinct possibility for life, it is likely life has already emerged: “I would argue that in any habitable zone that doesn’t boil or freeze, intelligent life is going to emerge, because intelligence is convergent. One can say with reasonable confidence that the likelihood of something analogous to a human evolving is really pretty high. And given the number of potential planets that we now have good reason to think exist, even if the dice only come up the right way every one in 100 throws, that still leads to a very large number of intelligences scattered around, that are likely to be similar to us.”

He continues: “Fermi’s paradox seems to be coming rather sharply into focus. If I’m on the right track then the likelihood of intelligence is evolving and actively engaging in some sort of transgalatic expeditions doesn’t seem to be completely beyond the realm of possibility.”

“What Fermi didn’t know when he asked that famous question was that the number of Earth-like planets is absolutely gigantic now. More problematic is that many of these solar systems far, far pre-date our solar system. They would have, in principle, a major head start of hundreds of millions, if not billions, of years.”

“The problem is exceedingly acute: we shouldn’t be alone but, famous last words, all the evidence suggests we are. Maybe [aliens] are hiding, the Arthur C Clarke idea, or as Stephen Baxter mischievously suggested we live in a virtual world. I don’t honestly know. My suspicion is we have only begun to scratch at the surface of reality, for want of a better word.”

But are they hiding? There’s been so much evidence of “someone else” that the statement “maybe they’re hiding” seems misplaced.

Addressing the Alien-Human “Hybrid” Issue

• This is the account of a woman in her 30’s from New Jersey by the name of Jennifer. Jennifer recalls encounters with ET “Greys” going back to early childhood, as does her mother and grandmother.

• Jennifer recalled being taken from her home in 2009. Under hypnosis, she recalled traveling in a black sedan, which she suspects was a screen memory to disguise that it was actually a UFO, to an abandoned military base where she was led by three dwarfish figures (again blocked memories of the Greys) to an elevator that took her to a large room very deep underground.

• In the room there were six human-ET hybrid children, all but one of them female, sitting still in chairs along the wall. They were all skinny and sickly-looking, with yellow hair.

• Also strewn about the room were toys – teddy-bears, dolls, and many fluffy toy dogs. The children seemed completely disinterested in them.

• Jennifer’s “job” was to encourage the children to play with the toys. She tried, and a couple of the children smiled and laughed a little, but the rest remained stoic and disinterested.

• As the “experiment” seemed to have failed, the Greys took her back up to the surface and took her home in the same ‘black sedan’ (UFO).

• Whether this sort of thing is done from a positive perspective of inter-species cooperation and inter-breeding, or if it’s done to ensure that the hybrids can more successfully infiltrate human society in a sinister, hostile fashion, very much remains to be seen.

 

As the investigation of the alien abduction phenomenon has shown, more than a few alien abductees report being taken to rooms that are in stark contrast to the sterile and clean – and almost obsessively so – environments aboard UFOs. In these particular cases, abductees enter an environment in which what are known as “hybrid children” are given toys to play with. It’s as if a concerted attempt is being made to humanize the hybrids even more. Whether this is done from a positive perspective of inter-species cooperation and inter-breeding, or if it’s done to ensure that the hybrids can more successfully infiltrate human society in a sinister, hostile fashion, very much remains to be seen. It’s also very dependent on which side of the fence you stand. Possibly, you may well be of the opinion that the whole issue is complete and utter nonsense. Or, just the stuff of fiction.

Despite the bizarre and controversial nature of such stories, there’s no doubt that such reports abound. Take, for example, the story of Jennifer, a life-long resident of New Jersey. In her mid-thirties, she has conscious recall of encounters with the so-called extraterrestrial “Greys” going back to her early childhood, as does her mother. Even her grandmother has vague recollections of encountering a group of “little men” in New Jersey woods, during the summer months, at some point in the 1940s; something which emphasizes the ongoing, multi-generational aspect of these events that so many people report. As well as her consciously recalled interactions with the Greys, Jennifer has been able to pull further recollections out of the depths of her mind and subconscious via hypnosis. One recollection, in particular, stands out, in terms of relevancy to the theme of this article. And in terms of it’s profound strangeness too.

Although Jennifer has no memories of interactions with hybrid babies, she does have memories of being taken from her home, in 2009, to what she described as looking like “an old military base, but shut down,” where she encountered hybrid children. Notably, there are other examples of abandoned, official facilities seemingly being used in covert abduction-related situations. Jennifer’s hypnotically-recovered recollections began with her stepping out of what she first thought was a large, black sedan, but that, with hindsight, she came to believe was a landed UFO. The image of the car, then, possibly being a screen-memory designed to mask, or at least confuse, the true nature of the event. She then recalls being guided, in a somewhat groggy and hazy state, to an elevator by three dwarfish figures that she found it difficult to recall, in terms of their physical appearances. What she had no trouble remembering, however, was what happened next.

XENDRAS as Inter-reality, Artificially Created Encounter Places between Spacetimes

Since 1974 in the Rahma contact groups and in similar or related human-ET contact groups, “Xendras” have been experienced. They are artificially generated environments where we and our physical reality can partly or completely meet other beings and another physical reality. Thus, they are places to receive vivid mental images, feelings, and information, to witness holographic-like projections of beings from other times and stars systems that communicate with us or places to physically meet other beings and even be transported to their worlds.  They also can be places to be transported in an astral-like and consciously to worlds that appear to be much more refined or subtle, almost “astral”.
If visible, Xendras typically look like half domes. There also are large and small xendras some xendras that are visible and some which aren’t. However, all of these varieties of xendras are encounter places. We can think of them as essentially safe EXOPOLITICAL encounter places. Since ETs are not going to risk their lives by stepping into The United Nations on a planet that doesn’t officially display any legal recognition of their rights, Xendras become quite useful also for Citizen or official diplomacy between Earth representatives and other intelligent beings from other civilizations, especially if these other beings exist in a frequency realm different from ours.
In Quechua Andean traditions we speak about a complimentary healthy, harmonious encounter (Tinkuy) of beings and worlds also creating a new reality. The three worlds can meet (as represented by how a paqo or traditionalist “shaman” holds the three coca leaves) and a highly developed human being can traverse them all and connect them all. Antennas (human communicators with extraterrestrials) and Xendras (artificially created encounter places) also, at least partly, do that. But how do the latter do it?
Let me indulge in an educated-guess exploration here. I presume that no new atoms are added to our physical bodies or structures while inside a xendra. That our atoms are only re-aligned under a higher time rate and corresponding higher frequency energy level plus different information patterns all of which gets us closer to the physical state, energy levels, and time rates in which our ET friends live.
We need to expand our notions of physicality to include the possibility not only of a “Block Universe” type of situation (in Einstein’s sense) regarding one physical universe; not only the possibility of beings in the future or in the past in that same “lock universe” with respect to our experience, but the possibility of there also being various “densities” of physical universes and the possibility that less “dense” physical universes may be – in some ways – be considered also to be “in the future” with respect to us. We also need to expand our notions of the “non-physical” so as not to be only equated with disembodied soul, mind, or consciousness and, instead, think that there can be non-physical realms that, nonetheless, possess a different kind of matter, of exteriorities and objects that place limits and modify what subjects can experience. And, perhaps (as I surmised from a writing that Sixto Paz’s father gave me years ago), various combinations (or encounters) of the physical and non-physical realms can generate – for one – the various “densities” of different physical universes.
The xendra would be an artificially generated, intermediate encounter level situated between our physical universe and their physical universe. The xendra frequency would pump our atoms but (unless prepared and taking other precautions), it would be safer not to frequency pump too much in order to have a complete same frequency physical encounter with one of our extraterrestrial friends. Let’s think that our physical bodies also are far from equilibrium, partially adaptive, open, biological system.

The xendra itself inside which we may walk, is also frequency pumped. It would be easier not to do it excessively in this modified-spacetime meeting place which might also be part of a possible closed, time-like loop between us and the ETs.
The degree of difference between our ordinary world and the xendra suitable for a complete physical encounter with another physical being situated in a higher time rate, higher energy level and future frame of reference would require some serious preparation, implants, protective mechanisms, gradual previous encounters in which energies are received. Different beings situated in other time-energy situations may be less difficult to meet with physically.
It would be easier and safer perhaps in most cases to only prepare the xendra to a level just adequate to manifest a holographic projection of that being. That being would be in his or her own environment and appear as if he or she were in our environment (combined with being inside the xendra). We would also be perceived in his environment and inside his corresponding xendra. In fact, both xendras would be one single xendra connecting both original environments simultaneously.
The manufactured xendra state would also temporarily exist in a higher state of spatial symmetry, a conditioned space, or (using William Tiller’s concepts), something like a SU(2) symmetry, so to speak. That conditioned state is also more amenable to telepathic and other forms of mental imprinting. There’s a higher degree of “initia” over “inertia” in that conditioned space (or space-time).
Some kinetic energy would have been withdrawn from our normal physical surroundings whose entropy would have decrease. The potential energy state might be transferred to form an artificial space-time by means of a retrocausal conversion system that also serves to connect with the mental non-physical realm and through a level of this non-physical, mental realm) a specific information pattern (combining our denser physical spacetime reality with the extraterrestrial’s spacetime reality) is injected into the resulting xendra spacetime frequency patterns. This would accelerate the patterns that correspond to our world inside of that xendra (or temporary intermediate, physical environment).

The key is the use of retrocausal influences to connect two possibly related times. Retrocausality would also be modulated to convert potential energy patterns into kinetic energy patterns, to manipulate the interplay between entropy and negentropy, to change the density, permeability, and permittivity of spacetime. Moreover, it would be used to cancel portions of our “denser” spacetime (of slower vibratory frequency, a slower rate of events (the time rate) as well as to cancel a portion of the less dense extraterrestrial’s spacetime returning a portion of these spacetimes to the null space, null time of the non-physical mental realm from which they derive and, using this realm, momentarily re-program, re-pattern and/or combine the information patterns of the extraterrestrials physical reality with those of our physical reality, creating an in-between, combined spacetime. Consciousness-being utilizing its mental vehicle and capacities would be able to re-pattern and combine the physical patterns transferred into the mental realm.
The time rates and frames combine, the energies combine, the physical reality patterns (derived from their more inclusive, shared and subjacent mental realm) combine. It is an encounter or (as previously mentioned) a “Tinkuy” of realities; both an intermediate spacetime state and the creation of something original. Thus, the product is more than the sum of the parts. it is creatively new. It adds new information to the universe.

Then, perhaps, when we exit the xendra (or when the xendra is over), we or the physical environment thus affected returns to its normal (less spatially conditioned) physical state and to its lower symmetry level and, as the rearrangement of atoms relaxes, some “energy” in the form of restored kinetic energy is released back into this environment. If the xendra is particularly strong and it matches the physical reality of the ETs and we step out we need to be previously conditioned to process this because perhaps the kinetic energy patterns re-released would also be in our organisms and affect us.
One sign of this could be how strongly we might affect electronic and electric equipment, perhaps due to the emission of scalar longitudinal waves, a component of overall electromagnetism which, is re-incorporated into the regular traversal wave components and from it to the electrical source of these waves.
A strong xendra can be consider an inter-reality portal (as well as a trans-reality portal) through which two realities, time frames, and time rates and, perhaps, two physical densities can encounter to the point of being able to transport the member of one reality into the other. If the differences between the realities or universes is great, the person being transported would have to be protected. If the xendra connects two different physical universes under the same “densities” and time rates, it would be much easy to traverse portal.
But these encounter places are usually activated for those that prepare in spiritual, mental, and psycho-physical ways. Normally, meditation, breathing, avoiding eating meat and heavy drinking, living a natural life, and an ethical life with the desire to serve others while also controlling one’s emotions are conducive. Furthermore, if we also consider xendras  as “exopolitical encounter places,” we may find that most persons thus far implicitly acting as humanity’s ambassadors by stepping into xendras are simple, idealistic, down-to-earth, progressively spiritually oriented, friendly, grassroots “citizen diplomats.”

Russian Youngster Claims He Lived on Mars Before Being Reborn on Earth

• 20-year-old Boriska Mipriyanovich of Russia claims he lived on Mars before being reincarnated here on Earth.

• Boriska was able to speak months after he was born and would discuss subjects that they had never taught him, like alien civilisations.

• Boriska claims to have lived on a ‘war-ravaged’ Mars, which suffered from a nuclear catastrophe in the distant past.

• He says the Martians, who measure about seven-feet tall, still live underground on the Red Planet and breathe in carbon dioxide.

• He says that the tall Martians are immortal and stop aging when they are 35-years-old, and are also technologically advanced and capable of interstellar travel.

• Boriska says that the life on Earth will change dramatically when the Great Sphinx monument in Giza is ‘unlocked’, adding that the opening mechanism is hidden behind an ear.

 

In a bizarre incident, a Russian man who has baffled scientists since birth claims that he lived on Mars before being reborn on Earth.

Ex NASA Physicist Shares Images of a Potential “Aztec Head” & Pyramid “Doorway” Found on Mars

• Brandenburg is among many mainstream scientists who now believe there was once an intelligent civilization on Mars comprised of millions of people, as commemorated by the famous “Face” and pyramids found on Mars. They were likely responsible for a large nuclear blast that created an atmospheric shift on Mars, based upon nuclear isotopes detected on Mars.

 

A lot of people reading the title of this article are probably rolling their eyes, and that’s a problem. Paradigm-changing discoveries are being made every day, and if these discoveries don’t make mainstream media headlines, people dismiss them as fake news, conspiracy theories, or pseudoscience. But the small group of people who control mainstream media also have control over our perception of reality, over what we consider to be real or not real, and that’s a problem.

The world has witnessed the birth of several different “alternative” news outlets in response to this issue, yet the information they provide never makes mainstream headlines despite coming from credible sources. This has especially been the case when it comes to UFOs, extraterrestrials, and life on other planets.

Despite studies being published in multiple peer-reviewed scientific journals bringing forth some very intriguing questions, this type of information is still greeted with skepticism more often than not, though things are slowly changing. As we move through 2018 and beyond, more people will become open and aware to the idea that we are not alone, that we’ve never been alone, and that there is plenty of evidence to prove these claims.

One person working to prove them is Dr. John Brandenburg, a well-known and respected plasma physicist who joined a number of colleagues in blowing the whistle on the need for disclosure. They argue there are things “out there” that have been deliberately kept from us. Whether this information has been concealed because the human race is not ready for this information, that it’s just too “mind-altering” and would change too many things, or because its disclosure would threaten to various corporate interests, remains unclear and too broad a subject to tackle here.

Since coming out, Brandenburg has been ridiculed by the mainstream, as any Department of Defense scientist making such claims would be, but the information he shares correlates with scores of other papers and documents available in the public domain, as well as the information that’s been shared by a number of scholars over the years, about this subject.

We’ve presented his work in multiple articles, but he has now come out with new revelations.
Brandenburg worked for NASA for a number of years. He was also the Deputy Manager of the Clementine Mission to the Moon, which was part of a joint space project between the Ballistic Missile Defence Organization (BMDO) and NASA. The mission discovered water at the Moon’s poles in 1994.

He has also worked on space plasma technologies, nuclear fusion, and advanced space propulsion, and invented the Microwave Electro-Thermal plasma thruster using water propellant for space propulsion.

Mars

We’ve mentioned this before, but it’s important to mention again: The more we observe Mars, the more information we’re getting that it really is a fascinating planet, from the Curiosity Rover we now know that Mars once was like a planet very much like Earth, with long salty seas, with fresh water lakes, probably with snow capped peaks and clouds and a water cycle just like we’re studying here on Earth. . . . Something has happened to Mars, it lost its water.

The quote above is from John Grunsfeld, a five-time space flow astronaut and associate administrator of NASA’s Science Mission Directive. It was given at a NASA press conference where representatives told the world that there is a water Mars, that it’s not the dry, arid planet we imagined it to be, and that it was once very much Earth-like and still holds the possibility of harbouring life. After all, water means life.

In that conference, they admit to a drastic atmospheric shift that occurred on Mars which took it from its Earth-like composition to the one we see today. They provide no explanation for how this happened.
According to Brandenburg, there was a nuclear blast that completely changed the planet (the changes mentioned at the press conference linked in the above paragraph.

Scientist Proposes Wild Explanation for Why We Haven’t Discovered Aliens Yet

  • Mainstream science and media continue to ponder that with so much evidence of a vast galaxy that could harbor intelligent life, “why haven’t we detected, spotted, or at least heard the faint whispers of another intelligent civilization outside of Earth?

  • At a recent meeting of the American Astronomy Society Division for Planetary Sciences Division, planetary scientist Alan Stern proposed the hypothesis that perhaps intelligent civilizations could have developed below the earth’s surface, and our two civilizations simply haven’t crossed paths yet.

  • Stern specifically suggests that beings and entire civilizations might live near thermal vents deep underneath the ocean.

  • [Editors Note] Has it ever occurred to these scientists that the reason we don’t know about other intelligent beings is because a higher strata of human scientists are actively hiding the fact that we are and have been visited by multitudes of intelligent non-human beings? It is nevertheless a positive sign that the ordinary scientific community is beginning to crawl out of their shell to consider the existence of other intelligent lifeforms living within the massive honeycombed caverns under the earth’s surface. In fact, there are reportedly seven existing inner-earth civilizations that pre-date our own surface civilization. And one of these has plans to reveal themselves in the near future.

 

We know our galaxy is huge, and that there’s an untold number of other galaxies out there in the unimaginably large universe. We also know that there’s bound to be plenty of planets in those galaxies, and at least a portion of them are bound to be habitable by some form of life. So, why haven’t we detected, spotted, or at least heard the faint whispers of another intelligent civilization outside of Earth? A planetary scientist from Colorado’s Southwest Research Institute believes he might have the answer, and it’s literally chilling.

Speaking at a meeting of the American Astronomy Society Division for Planetary Sciences Division, Alan Stern proposed an incredible answer to the question which has long puzzled astronomers and first contact hopefuls: aliens aren’t living outside.

It sounds like total bunk to us since humans are spread across just about every nook and cranny of planet Earth, but there’s a very real possibility that life could form, evolve, and even gain advanced intelligence without ever seeing the surface of their own planet. This would be most likely on frigid ocean worlds where underwater thermal vents would provide the heat energy to sustain life, and with the sheer number of frigid ocean worlds we already know exist, there’s no shortage of opportunities for this to happen.

If an intelligent alien civilization evolved in the depths of an icy ocean world, it would be incredibly difficult for humanity to detect it, and even harder for them to contact us. In fact, even venturing to the surface of their own planet would be an incredibly difficult task, and as Stern notes, doing so would essentially be the equivalent of mankind venturing into space — a mysterious, frigid, and dangerous place.

It’s obviously very difficult for us to imagine an entire civilization of intelligent creatures living deep within the ocean, but our understanding of the requirements for life mean that it’s entirely possible. The only question is whether or not it exists somewhere out there in the vast number of unexplored worlds.

Conscious Participatory Ufology and the Pro-Institutional Disconnect

 

(We need a more constructive, participatory approach that can also be objectively verified)

Conscious Ufology: Like the study of meteorology, UFO phenomena are not easy to reproduce at will. Like social groups it is also difficult to predict how the phenomena are going to behave. However both meteorology and sociology are practical and valid fields of modern science with useful degrees of predictability. But the key to a more advanced ufology doesn’t rest in forcing or attempting to reproduce phenomena at will but instead to work as a new breed of scientists in a more participatory way. And, yes, it is in part like in the social sciences. The subject becomes involved with the object (and vice-versa) but what would correspond to social effects becomes physically visible in a way that deeply affects the ordinary behavior of matter expressing internal aspects that appear to “change reality.”

What we normally call “reality” can shift as subjectivity interacts with deeper material potentials. Here subject and object affect each other more deeply. Unlike the patterns of physical matter studied by classical physics, the physical patterns of genuine “anomalous,” otherworldly UFO phenomena are not completely stable but instead malleable and interactive, more inclusive of what seem to be more involved quantum macroscopic effects through mental coherence. That which is not normally detectable in common physical patterns becomes momentarily detectable as physical matter itself seem to show aspects that are normally hidden. The interplay between consciousness and being becomes more ALIVE and modifies stable physical matter and spacetime.

Retrocausal spacetime cancellation (accompanying the greater effect of subjectivity) also seem to be at work here.The regular scientific method is useful for many of ufology’s aspects once a trace, record or modification has been left but it is also insufficient in terms of a live interactive situation. Therefore, serious ufologists need to evolve their “proto science” accordingly (let ‘s think of “proto science” as a field of inquiry with emerging scientific aspects and with the potential to become a full-fledged science). And with this, the scientific method itself (as applicable to a whole new range of natural phenomena) can also evolve.

If we were to learn to respectfully summon genuine, otherworldly UFO phenomena in a participatory way by blending our subjective intelligence with the intelligences behind UFOs and were able to record the evidence, we would begin the next stage of ufology that would be more experimental and more participatory. And now that we are talking about “participation” in which subjects are involved, we need to talk about rights, respect and rules of engagement, both for humanity-respectful, intersubjective, inter-reality ET intelligence and for the small % who may not be in our best interests; not over-emphasizing the negative as this may be way too limited, an extension of the old warmongering mentality and deleterious in the long run for humanity.

There is a room for the military, even for defense against some ETs and for keeping some technological secrets from the public but the new approach must be about BUILDING COMMUNITY, finding and teaching a more connective universal paradigm. More members of humanity should grow to the point of not being vicariously represented by people with a traditional dichotomous mentality, however well-intended some may be. Unfortunately, predominant, classical military mindsets seem to be in those capable of being culturally influential and willing to take UFO-ET matters seriously. And they count with great material resources. Most other institutional cultural leaders do not care or want to risk getting involved. Revealing, communicating and educating is great but NOT with the Evil alien mindset underneath! This will expose humanity, the U.S., “them” and all of “us” to a continuity of problems. Like begets like.

It’s as if every time there is a massive institution involved, the discourse is distorted towards mass marketing, you name it: the Church or churches, universities, the film industry, the military, aerospace corporations handling UFO and retro engineering for better weapons, even the largest civilian UFO organization as it expands is falling into this. Big institutions suffer from a disconnection syndrome from the common folk, whom they are suppose to benefit. The practical, decision-making political power of the common man is almost nil compared with that of corporations and their lobbies. For the most part, the needs of the latter are heard over the needs of the former. And the first victim is the truth itself that should serve The People to make good assessments, to evolve in solidarity and choose wisely. That barrier between large, recognized institutions and The People prevents and stalls a beneficent outcome as per the extraterrestrial situation. And this lingers on and on year after year, all the while the small voices of The People, the grassroots having experiences is shared with modest repercussions. It is time for a major grassroots revelation, not manipulated under an “evil alien” institutional presentation. It is time for The People to prevail over the institutes that should in fact represent them much better under a “representative democracy” but which are controlled by “the few.” It is time for a very serious consciousness shift. To stop reinforcing through entertainment, catering to fear-based narratives or by excessively propping up marketing through negative news and views, or else we will remain behind the times.  

For a proper Galactic Diplomacy to succeed we need much more comprehensive assessments. And we need a more constructive, participatory, intersubjective approach that can also be objectively verified. And, along new scientific perspectives, we need to evolve our ways of feeling, judging, relating.

Hasn’t Tom DeLonge heard something credible about the need for “Conscious Evolution?” Tom needs to think about learning to work peacefully with our forefathers, in fact, space relatives; specially those aligned with the expectation that humanity will succeed in developing its full potential. This doesn’t discard God or the possibility that several ET civilizations intervened our developing species in the past some for good, some for illth.  But the overall picture emerging shows that we do not need to over-emphasize the negative aspect.  Neither deny but nor over-emphasize. 

Hasn’t he studied the many, in fact thousands, contactee-experiencer testimonies about mostly pro-humanity extraterrestrials given by sane people (even anonymously) whose voices cannot be denied and also HAVE TO be seriously considered? Unfortunately, his assessment of the situation – however popular it might get – seems to be really skewed by personal preconceptions, biases that incline him towards an “us vs them” limited and selective way of seeking information. Experiencers at large and dedicated, long-standing research such as Mary Roswell (author of “The New Human: Awakening to our Cosmic Heritage”) show that our perspectives and our conscious capacity to handle multiple perspectives without being dominated by an “us vs. them” mentality is key to work a healthy exopolitical relationship with multiple ET intelligences.

The enormous possibilities that Consciousness brings are applicable to humanity, to its awakening, (even for being respected by the few less respectful ET varieties without the need to over-rely on technology) and are much greater than a classical over-extended, dualistic, military-technological approach.

Smashing Pumpkins Singer Claims Shape-Shifter Sighting

• Billy Corgan, the former lead singer of the band The Smashing Pumpkins revealed on an October 16th episode of The Howard Stern Radio Show that he witnessed a human shapeshift right before his eyes.

• Says Corgan, “I was with somebody once and I saw a transformation that I can’t explain. It’s a really messed up story.”

• Corgan: “Suddenly [I] turn around and there’s somebody else standing there.” Stern: “A different human? Did you say to the person, ‘What’d you just do here?’” Corgan: “Yes, and they acknowledged it.” Stern: “And what did they say they were? From another planet?” Corgan: “They wouldn’t explain.”

 

For whatever reason, more and more actors and celebrities have been coming forward lately with stories of encounters with UFOs, ghosts, or even Bigfoot. The paranormal seems to be back in style, and perhaps celebrities are merely capitalizing on the current zeitgeist in order to get their name in the headlines. Whatever the case may be, this week’s celebrity paranormal story comes from William Patrick Corgan, the artist formerly known as Billy Corgan and former member of ‘90s alt-rock pioneers The Smashing Pumpkins. Corgan was on The Howard Stern Show this week to promote his new album Ogilala when the interview turned towards Corgan’s many appearances on that loud, angry guy’s conspiracy nutjob radio show. You know the one.

As it turns out Corgan is a vocal believer in some of the more fringe conspiracy theories including all sorts of anti-vaccination claims, mass media brainwashing, and of course good ol’ fashioned chemtrails. During this recent interview, as Stern pressed Corgan on what exactly his alleged paranormal or unexplained experiences have been, Corgan revealed that he once witnessed a human shapeshift right before his eyes:

Let’s just say I was with somebody once and I saw a transformation that I can’t explain. It’s a really messed up story. It’s up there with one of the most intense things I’ve ever been through.

Corgan was pretty tight lipped about what exactly he witnessed, but given his favorite conspiracy theorist/radio host’s obsession with the so-called “lizard people” who secretly rule the world, there’s no telling what Corgan saw – or thinks he saw:

Corgan: Imagine you’re doing something and suddenly you turn around and there’s somebody else standing there.
Stern: A different human?

Corgan: Sorta. It’s hard to explain without going into detail–I’d rather not go into details.
Stern: But did you say to the person, “What’d you just do here?”
Corgan: Yes, and they acknowledged it.

Stern: And what did they say they were? From another planet?
Corgan: They wouldn’t explain.

Corgan claims he was totally sober during the experience. Is this another case of a celebrity (arguably) past his prime trying to stir up headlines (and succeeding), or could Corgan have truly witnessed a skinwalker/ shapeshifter? The problem with nearly all of these types of stories is that they usually only have one witness, and eyewitness testimony is rarely considered reliable evidence.
I dunno though, dude looks like he knows a skinwalker when he sees it.

Half the Universe’s Missing Matter Has Just Been Finally Found

• For decades physicists have been searching for “dark matter” to account for half of the matter in space between galaxies that was missing from their calculations.

• Two different teams of scientists have both found this missing matter, and it is contained in the filaments of gasses that link galaxies together.

• The filament strands are so thin that can barely be detected.

• Astrophysicists point to this as proof that their theories on how galaxies are formed are indeed authentic.

• This study supports the “Pan-Magellanic Bridge” of magnetic gas that was found connect our Milky Way galaxy with our nearest neighboring galaxy. (see article: For the First Time, Astronomers Have Found A Giant ‘Magnetic Bridge’ Between Galaxies)

• This is further evidence of the “Cosmic Web”, a natural portal system of interconnected electromagnetic filaments that intelligent beings use to travel between planets, solar systems, and galaxies, which Corey Goode describes in S1E12 of Cosmic Disclosure (GaiaTV).

 

The missing links between galaxies have finally been found. This is the first detection of the roughly half of the normal matter in our universe – protons, neutrons and electrons – unaccounted for by previous observations of stars, galaxies and other bright objects in space.

You have probably heard about the hunt for dark matter, a mysterious substance thought to permeate the universe, the effects of which we can see through its gravitational pull. But our models of the universe also say there should be about twice as much ordinary matter out there, compared with what we have observed so far.

Two separate teams found the missing matter – made of particles called baryons rather than dark matter – linking galaxies together through filaments of hot, diffuse gas.

“The missing baryon problem is solved,” says Hideki Tanimura at the Institute of Space Astrophysics in Orsay, France, leader of one of the groups. The other team was led by Anna de Graaff at the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Because the gas is so tenuous and not quite hot enough for X-ray telescopes to pick up, nobody had been able to see it before.

“There’s no sweet spot – no sweet instrument that we’ve invented yet that can directly observe this gas,” says Richard Ellis at University College London. “It’s been purely speculation until now.”
So the two groups had to find another way to definitively show that these threads of gas are really there.

Both teams took advantage of a phenomenon called the Sunyaev-Zel’dovich effect that occurs when light left over from the big bang passes through hot gas. As the light travels, some of it scatters off the electrons in the gas, leaving a dim patch in the cosmic microwave background – our snapshot of the remnants from the birth of the cosmos.

Stack ‘em up

In 2015, the Planck satellite created a map of this effect throughout the observable universe. Because the tendrils of gas between galaxies are so diffuse, the dim blotches they cause are far too slight to be seen directly on Planck’s map.

Both teams selected pairs of galaxies from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey that were expected to be connected by a strand of baryons. They stacked the Planck signals for the areas between the galaxies, making the individually faint strands detectable en masse.

Tanimura’s team stacked data on 260,000 pairs of galaxies, and de Graaff’s group used over a million pairs. Both teams found definitive evidence of gas filaments between the galaxies. Tanimura’s group found they were almost three times denser than the mean for normal matter in the universe, and de Graaf’s group found they were six times denser – confirmation that the gas in these areas is dense enough to form filaments.

Close Encounters of the Alchemical Kind

• In the 1950’s, Extraterrestrial contactees like George Adamski and Truman Bethurum who claimed that the ET’s were concerned about our proliferation of nuclear weapons were casually dismissed as a psychological response to Cold War anxiety.

• But a 1960 French book by Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier reveals that these types of warnings were made by alchemists in the 1930’s.

• In Paris in 1937, Bergier, who had been working on nuclear energy, had a meeting with a mysterious man who told him, “the work you and your peers are doing is terribly dangerous. And it is not only you who are in peril, but the whole of Humanity.”

• The mystery man said, “We Alchemists have known about this for a long time,” and warned that atomic explosives manufactured from only a few grams of metal would have the power to vaporize entire cities.

• The mystery man then read a passage from a book: “There existed in the past civilizations who knew the energy of the atom and were totally destroyed for the misuse of that power.”

• Our future depends on who is in control of our technology. As Werner von Braun said, “Science does not have a moral dimension. It is like a knife. If you give it to a surgeon or a murderer, each will use it differently.”

UFOlogy is a senile discipline. By this I’m not referring to its age, or how after more than 60 years it hasn’t seemingly come any closer into solving the enigma which spawned its existence. What I mean is that UFOlogy as a field has the terrible tendency of narrow-sightedness, and of forgetting the valuable lessons from the past. Some of our critics on UFOs: Reframing the Debate, for example, complained we weren’t really saying anything particularly original compared to the thinkers and ideas of the late 60’s and early 70’s; our defense was we weren’t actually trying to be novel so much as remarking what was pointed out by the true mavericks preceding us, but hasn’t been paid attention to enough by the newer generations… to the detriment of the study of unidentified flying objects, and the intelligence(s) in control of them.

Take for instance the controversial topic of the Contactees: Most people believe it was in the 1950’s when common citizens like George Adamski or Truman Bethurum began claiming to be in contact with extraterrestrials hailing from Venus, Jupiter –or far more exotically-named planets like Clarion– and the main concern of our Space Brothers was the proliferation of nuclear weapons in our world, and the threat they posed to the survival of Humanity… or even to the stability of the entire Cosmos. Psychologists have tried to explain the sociological phenomenon of the Contactees as stemming out of Cold War anxieties, and a religious need from saviors from on-high repackaged for the consumption of the Space Age.

But those psychologists –and even most UFOlogists– would be surprised to learn warnings against a nuclear Armageddon can be traced back before the start of the Cold War and the Space Age –before even the fission of the atom had been experimentally achieved for the first time by German chemist Otto Hahn in 1938! And these warnings didn’t come from long-haired Venusians on board silvery saucers, but from a secretive individual who claimed to be in possession of a powerful legacy of knowledge, assembled from the scattered remains of a lost civilization.

These warnings came from an Alchemist.

The story I’m about to tell can be found in a book I consider to be indispensable reading by anyone interested in these topics: “Le Matin des Magiciens” (Morning of the Magicians) by Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier. Alas, this gem is barely known among most English-speaking UFO circles for three main reasons: It was published in 1960 (strike one); its main topic is not UFOs but philosophy and secret knowledge (strike two) and it was written by two French men (strike three! You’re out!!).

Louis Pauwels (1920-1997) was a writer and journalist with a life-long interest in Eastern mysticism and the philosophy of Gurdjieff. In 1954 he met Jacques Bergier (1912-1978) whose life is probably more deserving of a motion picture than any lazy 80’s remake: Born in Ukraine and of Jewish descent, he was a writer as well as a chemical engineer who became a resistance fighter and spy during the German occupation of France, was later captured and sent to the Mauthausen concentration camp. After the Liberation he played a key role into the discovery of the Nazi nuclear program, and how far they have gone into the development of atomic weaponry.

Bergier was credited by his friends for having a prodigious intelligence and encyclopedic knowledge. When he was 6 years old he saw an ancient woodcut illustration of two old alchemists working on their lab, which sparked his interest in the forgotten lore of Alchemy. To him the modern discoveries about radioactivity and the composition of the atom held the promise of unlocking the true secret behind the transmutation of the elements, and creating a bridge between the Past and the Future.

But his contemporaries not only considered Alchemy a superstitious nonsense (the way we still do to this day) but even nuclear energy was still regarded a ‘fringe’ subject in theoretical physics, with no possible applications in real life (just like electricity and magnetism in the XVIIIth century). In 1933 Bergier is scolded by a teacher of his –one of the best chemists in all of France– for wasting his time in such ‘infantile’ interests as nuclear physics, and admonishes him to pursue a ‘sensible’ career in the sugar refinement industry instead.

Thankfully to us Bergier was not only smart; he was also stubborn, bless his heart. He disregards the advice and continues his ‘reckless’ studies in both cutting-edge physics and ancient Alchemy. From 1934 to 1940 he became a collaborator of the eminent physicist and chemist André Helbronner, who was among the first scientists trying to unravel the secret behind atomic energy, before he was murdered by the Nazis in 1944.

It was at the behest of Helbronner that Bergier had a strange meeting with a mysterious individual on June of 1937, two years before Germany invaded Poland and WWII began. The meeting took place in an empty testing lab owned by ‘Gas Society’ of Paris. The strange man started the conversation by saying he knew Bergier assisted Helbronner in the quest of the atomic secret, and mentioned their recent success in unleashing radioactivity in polonium.

“You are very close to success, as are many other contemporary wise men,” said the stranger (remember Hahn’s experiment in ’38) “but the work you and your peers are doing is terribly dangerous. And it is not only you who are in peril, but the whole of Humanity.”

The man explained to Bergier the liberation of nuclear energy was easier than what was believed at the time, and the resulting superficial radioactivity could poison the entire planetary atmosphere in just a matter of years. He also warned that atomic explosives could be manufactured using only a few grams of metal and they would have the power to vaporize entire cities. “We Alchemists have known about this for a long time.”

Before Bergier could protest or ask any questions, the man continued: “I know what you are going to say –that Alchemists didn’t know the structure of the atomic nucleus, didn’t have electricity or any detection methods. Therefore they could never release the nuclear energy. I shall not try to prove what I am about to tell you now, but I beg you to repeat this to monsieur Helbronner: It only takes certain geometric assemblies, without the need for electricity or a vacuum medium. And now I will limit myself to reciting a few lines…”

The Ancient Flying Machines of the Mahabharata, The Tibetan Books Tantyua, The Tulli Papyrus & More

• The Ramayana, a Veda epic from the /fifth century BC, describes a “vimana” as “chariot that resembles the sun, that aerial and excellent chariot going everywhere at will, resembling a bright cloud in the sky, and the king got in and the excellent chariot rose up into the higher atmosphere.”

• The ancient Indian Mahabharata reveals the history of the “unmarried Kunti” who not only received a visit from the sun god but also had a son by him, a son who is supposed to have been as radiant as the sun itself.

• The Indian Samarangana Sutradhara from 1055 AD describes airships whose tails spout fire and quicksilver.

• The Tibetan books of Tantyua and Kantyua mention prehistoric flying machines, which they refer to as “pearls in the sky.”

• The ancient Egyptian Tulli Papyrus report, “In the year 22…among the scribes of the House of Life it was found that a strange Fiery Disk was coming in the sky. It came toward His Majesty’s house. After several days had passed, they became more numerous in the sky than ever.”

• In 1716, the Boston News Letter reported “strange appearances of Ships in the Air, which engaged each other for approximately thirty minutes. All of a sudden, a cloud of many colors covered them, which presented any further sight of them.”

• In 1847, the journal Philosophical Transactions reported “a very odd moving light.. [that] looked like a star passing over the Moon which, on the next moment’s consideration I knew to be impossible. It was a fixed, steady light upon the dark part of the Moon.”

• In 1845, a Royal Navy ship reported “three luminous bodies issued from the sea, about half a mile from the vessel, and remained visible for ten minutes”.

• Clearly, the UFO phenomenon is nothing new to our planet.

 

I want to start off by saying that what I present in this article is a very minuscule amount of information that’s available on prehistoric flying machines. I try to stay on the topic of flying objects, and stay away from details of extraterrestrial beings, for which there is also an enormous amount of information. What I’ve presented in this article is but a fraction of the numerous accounts of a very large body of ancient puzzling phenomenon that has been documented throughout the ages. To cover this topic in depth would require thousands and thousands of pages, simply because there is so much evidence and information all over the world in multiple cultures and religions that date back thousands of years up to the present day.

I give thanks to the multiple researchers and historians who have spent their lives in this field. They have made it possible for people like me to investigate such things. I am not very knowledgeable on these subjects as the experts and historians are, but I feel I can provide enough information for others to see that there is something here, and to encourage them to further their research if interested. Examining the sources I used for this article is a great place to start.

Antiquity is filled with stories of beings, materials and flying objects that, according to modern day thinking, should not have existed. For anybody who has studied ancient mythology, they would know that a large amount of evidence exists today to turn those ‘mythical stories,’ (as we interpret them) into stories of possible ancient reality.

I’d also like to point out that today, highly advanced unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are a fact, and have been officially documented by governments and military agencies worldwide, not to mention hundreds of high level military and political witnesses. Who are we to say that these flying objects in ancient history are mythical apparitions of the mind? Who’s to say that they were not also documented like they are today? Thousands of years from now, will our present civilization and its encounters with UFOs be considered mythological? Something to think about. I believe they’ve been around for millions of years, I believe the phenomenon has been documented for thousands of years.

The legends of the pre-Inca peoples say that the stars were inhabited by the “gods” who came down to them from the constellation of the Pleiades. Sumerian, Babylonian, Syrian and Egyptian cuneiform inscriptions constantly present the same picture, that “gods” came from the stars and went back to them. There is reference to extraterrestrial life in the Qur’an and Bible, beings that play in the realms of dark and light called Jins, Nephilim, Angles and more. There is reference to life on other planets and flying machines in the Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata and other ancient texts from all over the world that spread across many different continents. Is this just a coincidence?

A Description of the Shape-Shifting Reptilian Beings Written About in Ancient India – “The Naga”

• Ancient writings from Cambodia to Africa refer to a race of semi-divine beings, half human and half reptilian, known as the ‘Naga’.

• These Naga can take on a serpentine form or a fully human form (or presumably any other form).

• Throughout history, the Naga have been both friendly to humans and potentially dangerous.

• According to these legends, the Naga live in a large kingdom underneath the Himalayan Mountains.

• Buddhist legends from Thailand and Cambodia hold that a Naga king sheltered the Buddha from the rain while he meditated for seven days, and later protected the Buddha from an attack by bird-like humanoid beings.

• A South African legend tells of reptilian-like ‘gods’ who ascended from the heavens in monstrous vessels to become the dictators of the human race. The reptilians filled humans with great hate and trained them as warriors to make terrible war.

• According to David Icke, reptilian beings came to the earth thousands of years ago from Orion, Sirius, and Draco, and began breeding humans through the manipulation of DNA coding, inserting their reptilian genetics.

• A human/reptilian bloodline has been preserved through the ages through European royalty, and has been passed along to all forty-four U.S. presidents as well as many media celebrities, says Icke.

• These Reptilians will be exposed. But then what to do with them? In our current state of consciousness humans might demand retribution. But with a shift to higher consciousness we may deal with them in a more positive way.

 

Extraterrestrials and UFOs are a very hot topic right now, and have been for quite some time, especially within the past few years. Why? Partly because it’s human nature to ponder the unknown and the mysterious, but it’s also in large part due to the fact that hundreds of high ranking whistle-blowers from around the world with verified credentials, have come forward sharing their stories and experiences regarding intelligent extraterrestrials visiting planet Earth.

The whistle-blowers range from professors, to NASA astronauts, all the way to high ranking military, political figures, and more. Not only that, to complement these testimonies, thousands of documents pertaining to the UFO/extraterrestrial issue have been released by dozens of governments. UFOs are no longer a fringe topic, and if the past few years have been any indication, more and more evidence is surely to surface as we move through 2017 and beyond.

When it comes to supposed encounters with extraterrestrials, it’s very interesting for multiple reasons. Firstly, many stories shared by contactees corroborate quite well with each other. Many people report encounters with human looking extraterrestrials who are concerned with our planet and well-being. Others have reported the typical grey alien, human looking aliens with different colour skin, like blue, to reptilian type extraterrestrials. The key factor to remember here is, not all of these interactions are ET, some are simply US military. Knowing the truth about who’s doing what can be very tricky.

The NAGA

The NAGA are said to be a race of non-human reptilian-type beings. They are found in the literature of multiple ancient cultures across the globe, especially within ancient Jainism, Hindu, and ‘mythology.’

They were considered to be semi-divine beings, half human and half reptilian who can either take on a full serpentine form or a fully human form. According to the legends, these beings existed underground and inside of the Earth, in large kingdoms. They were considered both beneficial and friendly to humans, as well as potentially dangerous.

According to encyclopedia Britannica:

“The female nagas (naginis or nagis) are serpent princesses of striking beauty. The dynasties of Manipur in northeastern India, the Pallavas in southern India, and the ruling family of Funan (ancient Indochina) each claimed an origin in the union of a human being and a nagi.

In Buddhism, nagas are often represented as door guardians or, as in Tibet, as minor deities. The naga king Muchalinda, who sheltered the Buddha from rain for seven days while he was deep in meditation, is beautifully depicted in the 9th–13th century Mon-Khmer Buddhas of what are now Thailand and Cambodia. In Jainism the Tirthankara (saviour) Parshvanatha is always shown with a canopy of naga hoods above his head.”

Naga’s were also considered as protectors of the Buddha and of the dharma, some (like David Icke) even claim that they were present at the birth of Buddha, despite the fact that they were still considered dangerous, especially when angered.

One example where the Naga’s are referenced in ancient scripture comes from the Mahabharata, where the Buddha actually protected Naga’s from an attack by half human half bird like creatures, Garuda. After this battle, both the Naga’s and Garudas (sic).

According to Barbara O’Brien, a journalist and student of Zen Buddhism, “In a legend of Tibetan Buddhism, once a great lama names Sakya Yeshe and his attendants were returning to Tibet from China. He carried invaluable copies of sutras given him by the Emperor. Somehow the precious texts fell into a river and were hopelessly lost. The travelers kept on and returned home to their monastery….When they arrived, they learned that an old man had delivered some sutras to the monastery for Sakya Yeshe. It was the Emperor’s gift, still slightly damp but intact. The old man apparently had been a Naga in disguise.”

She goes on to give more examples:

“In the Muccalinda Sutta (Khuddaka Nikaya, Udana 2.1), the Buddha was sitting in deep meditation as a storm approached. A Naga king named Muccalinda spread his great cobra hood over the Buddha to shelter him from the rain and cold.

In the Himavanta Sutta (Samyutta Nikaya 46.1) the Buddha used Nagas in a parable. The Nagas depend on the mountains of the Himalayas for strength, he said. When they are strong enough, they descend to small lakes and streams, then to larger lakes and rivers, and eventually to the great ocean. In the ocean, they attain greatness and prosperity. In the same way, monks are to depend on virtue developed through the Seven Factors of Enlightenment (mindfulness, investigation, energy, happiness, tranquility, concentration, equanimity) to attain greatness of mental qualities.”

Modern Day Claims of Reptilian Type Beings

To the left you will see a picture of William Tompkins and Admiral Larry Marsh. As a teenager Tompkins had an eye for detail and loved to create Navy ship and submarine models. The Navy took interest in his capabilities and recruited him to do work on advanced technology projects. Recently, he has come forward with claims, as many others have, revealing information about clandestine black budget operation programs.

These are Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 U.S. Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”

We have no idea what goes on in these programs, except from those who have worked within them, like Edward Snowden.

Tompkins has been speaking about supposed Reptilian beings within the past few years. Below is an interview he did with Dr. Michael E. Salla, Ph.D., an internationally recognized scholar in international politics, conflict resolution and U.S. foreign policy. He is a pioneer in the development of ‘Exopolitics.’

It’s interesting that legend suggests these beings could shape-shift into human form, because today, many people actually believe that some high-ranking politicians and royal families have bloodline ties to these beings and consider them actual shapeshifters. This theory has been around for some time, but was popularized by David Icke.

Astonishing Russian Document Reveals a Face-To-Face Interaction With a UFO & Five Alien Beings

• Released CIA and FBI files reveal that U.S. intelligence agencies have been extremely interested in tracking UFO and extraterrestrial reports from all over the world for many decades.

• A common pattern is for the alien UFOs to evade and avoid Earth humans because of our propensity for violence. But they are not beyond retribution.

• The CIA documents include a 250 page report on a Soviet military unit performing military exercises in Siberia that shot down a low flying UFO.

• Five humanoid ETs with large heads and black eyes emerged from the wreckage, combined their energies in a white ball of light, and turned twenty-three of the soldiers into limestone.

• The UFO wreckage and the remains of former soldiers were taken to a scientific research lab outside of Moscow where they presumably remain.

 

Global governments and intelligence agencies around the world have released hundreds of thousands of pages of documents pertaining to the UFO phenomenon over the past few years. These files indicate that objects are commonly tracked on radar and pursued by our own military craft, which are then sent out to take a closer look. The files also reveal there have been sightings of strange objects travelling at tremendous speeds and performing maneuvers that no known aircraft is capable of performing.

These types of UFOs might now be officially verified within the mainstream, but they’ve been seen, photographed, and recorded by credible witnesses for decades. For example, here’s a document (straight from the CIA’s FOIA Electronic Reading Room) pertaining to “a group of red, green, and yellow flying saucers” that were seen “hovering” over multiple military bases in Antarctica. Here’s another detailing how, when intercepters approached the object, pilots lost “all instrumentation and communications.” Here’s a great interview (and there’s no shortage of them) with navy commander pilot Graham Bethune, who describes another extraordinary in-flight encounter.

These objects are thought to be extraterrestrial in origin, not only because of their technological superiority, but also because many high-ranking political and military insiders, along with prestigious academics, have shared information they’ve been privy to regarding actual intelligent extraterrestrial beings visiting our planet. There could be several different groups doing so at the present moment. It may sound far-fetched, but as we move through 2017 and beyond, bits of truth will continue to leak out, and the “official campaign of secrecy and ridicule” that Roscoe Hillenkoetter described to the New York Times in 1960 may come to an end.

That being said, once this box is opened, everything will change. It will have tremendous implications for humanity — philosophically, scientifically, and technologically. Our world would change forever.

The Document

It shouldn’t really come as a surprise that the CIA and other U.S. intelligence agencies were keeping tabs on other countries. We know spying happens all the time, and other governments probably did the same to North American governments as well.

The UFO issue has obviously been of extreme interest to these agencies, given the scale of resources put toward investigating it. One document within the CIA archives also shows that they were interested in reports of actual extraterrestrial bodies.

For example, here is one that was addressed to “certain scientists of distinction,” to “aeronautical and military authorities,” and to “a number of public officials.” The document, stored in the FBI database, shows interest in a letter written by someone with “several university degrees” and a former “university department head.” It provides information, (on pages 21 and 22) about extraterrestrial beings, their craft, how they operate, and where they come from.

Again, the question to ask here is, why were intelligence agencies so interested in this? They continue to investigate any reports of extraterrestrial bodies, and I have to wonder if it’s because they’ve had secrets of their own. Is it because, as Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell once put it so bluntly, “there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered”?

When you study ufology, you come across all sorts of stories, and one interesting thing these stories seem to share is that “they” (whoever is operating these crafts) are not interested in confrontation.
For example, in a (well-known) document released via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Four-Star General Nathan Twinning wrote that the “phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious” and that “the reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and action which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly air-craft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically or remotely.”

New DNA Evidence Nazca Humanoid Specimens are Real

Transcript/extract of segments of the lecture given by Mr. Maussan on September 20, 2017 at the Ufology World Congress in Montserrat, Spain:

Mr. Jaime Maussan: On September 5, the results of DNA analysis of the BioTecMol laboratory arrived. I gave the samples to them on June 15. Tests were carried out to arrive at an extraordinary conclusion: 30% of this DNA is similar to the human being, but 70% is not. As it is the report of a laboratory says that surely they are of bacterial origin. However, in a more detailed analysis, it was found that only 20% is of bacterial origin and 80% of that 70% it was not possible to establish its origin or find another species on Earth that shares it. About 2,000,000 more sequences need to be determined and this will take from 6 months to 1 year aprox. These are preliminary results.

Biologist Ricardo Rangel (shown in a video interview by Mr. Maussan): Some 600,000 sequences / molecules with an approximate length of 150 nucleotides have been obtained through a massive sequencing process. Of the 4 samples that have been studied, between 19% and 30% of similarities to the human genome have been identified. We have tried to compare databases using a progran known as BLAST (Basic Local Alignment Search Tool), an international database based on the complete human genome and other organisms and more than 2000 micro organisms, of bacteria. Sequences have not been found to have significant similarity to the human genome. Nor have they been found to have no similarities with the bacterial genome. We are comparing with animals like primates, the crocodile, the sea turtle to see if there are similarities and the results is that so far with the database we have there is no similarity. We still have a lot more DNA to sequence which will take us at least 6 months to 1 year.

Dr. José de Jesús Salce,  forensic medicine teacher for the Mexican Navy, has been contributing to this research in a personal capacity and referring about the smaller species (not about the larger specimen called “Maria”): “The location of the foramen magnum is interesting. The base of the skull has a square, cubic shape when in most primates, if it is not round, it is oval. It would be the first time that we are observing a species with a large hole of cubic form with edges of a square type. The foramen magnum is located exactly in the middle of the skull or in the middle segment and not in the posterior or posterior third segment as usually occurs.

In a human being the viewing angle is an average of 140 degrees. Here, the position of the orbital spaces tells us about the possibility of having a wider viewing range of perhaps 180 degrees. The bone structure would allow a greater amplitude of the human being.

The oral cavity again emphasizes that it has a very small jaw would only allow swallowing but not chewing and we see the pneumatization (black spaces that are trabeculae or spaces in the bone that are probably pneumatized. They give lightness to the skull. However, it does not diminish its capacity of resistance, that is to say, it remains rigid and resistant but is lighter, In addition, if they were to be pneumatized, this could favor the resonance of the skull, a resonance of a very weak sound that would be ultra sonic or sub sonic.

If the alteration had been made in life we would see the traces of surgery. And, if the alteration had been made after death, the tissue is not alive and therefore would not have regenerated and would not have regained its shape and the scars and the points of union would be noticed.

Regarding “Maria” the larger specimen, it is not possible (that two fingers in each hand have been cut and that phalanxes have been added) because the length of each bone is specific and this would give us traces that have been modified, cut or added. However, the anatomical correspondence between each bone and the relationship between them determines that it is not possible to alter or falsify these hands.”

Dr Raymundo Salas, Peruvian radiologist and expert in Tomography with 35 years of service said in a video tapoed interview that he determined that “María” (the larger specimen) had been a living being. She has internal organs (unlike mumies), perhaps even ovaries. The roots of the phalanxes in the feet show that it would not have been possible to alter the feet. The tomography shown no mutilation. Also, the bones in the hands which are unusualy large (20 cm) connect with each other perfectly well and neither “Maria” nor “Wawita” (a similar mummy but of a 1 year old once living being) show signs of manipulation. The larger mummy “María” has a gynecoid pelvis but the sex of smaller mummy “Wawita” has not been determined. Dr. Salas said that the skulls (cephalic perimeter) are somewhat larger than normal and elongated.

In a video taped interview of Dr. Edson Salazar Vivanco (a Peruvian surgeon), Dr. Salazar Vivanco explained that: One of the small bodies (the decapitated body) has prominence in the iliac crest, absence of pubic bone, prominent clavicle, a single bone in the forearm that in the human we have the ulna and the radius, presence of carpal bone and 3 phalanges in 3 fingers. In the leg below the knee a single bone instead of the tibia and fibula. In the tarsus of the feet a single bone joined to 3falanges. The skin is in the form of scales and porous to the touch. It resembles the skin of a lizard.  We were able to study 3 new small bodies and they were called “the family”.

Mr.Maussan reminded that – while there are 6 and 7 finger syndromes in human beings – there are no known 3 finger  human beings. 

He mentioned that few detractors have been recently commenting about the 60cm beings. “Why would they speak of them if (for them) ‘it was demnonstrated’ that the larger body is false?” He also noted that although they are similar as a species, each one has unique facial and individual features. He  mentioned that after noticing that one showed a bulge pelvic area, 3 eggs were discovered in one specimen under X rays. 

 

Comment: We must consider biologist José de la Cruz Ríos’ study of the smaller specimens that look more reptilian in appearance. 

Mr. Maussan said in the conference in Montserrat that perhaps one of the reasons for so much resistance against this investigation (even within the ufological community) may be that history itself would have to be re-written. He and all the other researchers mentioned and also Mr. Thierry Jamin (who has been promoting this research almost from the begining)  have stated that they are willing to recant and say that they were mistaken if they are scientifically proven wrong. 

On the other hand, Mr. Maussan revealed that the Peruvian journalist, Mr. Jois Mantilla was taken to a cave like opening by “Mario” the huaquero who knows where the specimens are and – apparently – were they were found. Here it is claimed that several of the mummies were found in Nazca, on a very steep hill. A video of this was shown during Mr. Maussan’s conference in Montserrat, Spain.

Commentary:

This research effort is excellent and very important! The investigation must continue but there already is enough robust evidence in favor of the extraordinary. We must support research! Get to the bottom in more detail to support a position in scientific debates. And repeat studies if possible. It could very well be the definitive evidence that we are not alone because there are visitors from other worlds who have lived with us in the past or who still interact with us or maybe there are intelligent non-human beings in underground bases. Be that as it may, the ufological society, paranormal researchers, researchers of the mysteries of the past, alternative thought, spirituality, and extraterrestrial contact must respond by joining when the moment arrives …. which is now!

Astronomers believe it’s possible that advanced beings lived in or visited our solar system eons ago — and perhaps left behind certain ‘technosignatures.’

We’re used to the idea of searching for space aliens by scanning the heavens for their radio signals — after all, that’s what Jodie Foster’s character does in the 1997 movie Contact and the way alien hunters commonly go about their work.

Alleged Humanoids in Peru: Important Research Waiting for Definitive Scientific Results

There is a possibility that some of the alleged humanoid mummies or remains among different kinds allegedly found in Nazca, Perú (perhaps in early 2016 and made publicly known in late 2016) might be of unknown biological origin. That would be extremely important but, apparently, most have been determined to be assembled or fabricated. However, whether this is a recent feat or have been assembled in older, prehispanic times, still has to be determined. If they had been assembled in prehispanic times that would also be a highly important finding as it seems they would have represented humanoid beings unknown to science.
The site where the remains have allegedly been found remains secret but is supposed to be in a non-archaeologically recognized site in the Nazca area close to the Pacific Ocean. As far as I know, scientific tests are underway and in a few weeks, there may be more adequate information.
According to an intermediary (Mr. G. Paul Ronceros Fernandez), the persons finding the site claim not to be archaeological remnants grave robbers (called “huaqueros” in Perú) but to have been walking in that area and found a partially opened stone lid showing an entrance that held a high Inca quality underground stone citadel with large stones and several sarcophagi along with many unique mummified remains. The specimens are of different sizes. They may have been made by current hoaxers by joining human and animal bones and through a binding substance for the covering flesh or may have been made by ancient inhabitants through a mummification process somewhat similar to the Chinchorro mummies from Chile in order to commemorate the presence of humanoid beings in prehispanic times.
Mexican UFO reporter Jaime Maussan and a team of scientists were in Perú last week. There also were some Peruvian scientists present. They went to Cuzco to Instituto Inkari and “Paititi House” led by a French explorer-archaeologist Thierry Jamin who – as far as I know – obtained some of the samples through an intermediary (Mr. G. Paul Ronceros Fernandez) and later on more samples through another contact closer to the persons allegedly making the initial find). I believe that Mr. Jamin has been trying to obtain individuals or organizations interested in collaborating with the research, especially to pay for the DNA, Carbon 14 and other tests that should be carefully performed. It is said that Gaia Foundation has also been involved. Mr.Maussan reports that a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement was signed by the researchers but that they will make the results known perhaps in a few weeks or relatively soon.
And after returning to Mexico from Cuzco, Mr. Maussan now informs through his Tercer Milenio channel (also in YouTube) that, while many samples were found by his research team to have been fabricated, SOME of them have been 99.99% assessed (in person by his team last week) as not being fabricated but that they are genuine, non-human biological remains. Both fabricated and allegedly non-fabricated samples have bone under what seems to be flesh. I hope that the assertion that some of the samples are from bodies that once lived is correct but only careful research will tell.
Previous X-ray images show bones in hands and body skeletons that did not seem to be quite functional. There also are small heads that may have been fabricated with animal skulls and some of them original. I have not traveled to Cuzco where some of the samples are kept but over the last few weeks, I’ve asked a well-known forensic anthropologist (Dr. Guido Lombardi) to give me his opinion on the images available and he thought that they were fabrications.
However, Mr. Maussan now mentions that there are some anatomically correct samples, including a hand and one full body sample that allegedly measures 1.60 meters in length (of which I have not seen in the video reports yet). The research team (not only composed of a well-known forensic anthropologist but also of Russians and persons from other nationalities, I believe), took some tomographies and, allegedly, some smaller samples for analysis and are expected to produce scientific reports in a few weeks.
Mr. Maussan disclosed that, besides X-rays,  tomographies were made and DNA and Carbon-14 tests are being conducted and that results will be presented internationally in Perú, the U.S., and Mexico, hopefully beginning in few weeks.
I hope that the tests are performed very carefully because, if ancient remnants are used to fabricate the samples, Carbon-14 could give spurious results. Also, DNA can be contaminated and -even if tests are properly performed – results may be not what we might expect.
Then again, as of today, I think that we can still be suspicious that all of the samples could still be hoaxes from craftsmen taking advantage of the will to believe while utilizing Perú’s public image as a special and mysterious place. It happened before with the so-called “Ica Stones” most or all of which were fabricated in modern times according to my investigation and that of others.
By the end of 2016, my friend, UFO researcher, Mr. Dante Rios Tambini told me that, after a UFO Conference in the City of Arequipa (which I attended), he had been approached by a person having access to some alleged mummified humanoid Nazca findings. Dante went to Thierry Jamin’s Instituto Inkari in Cuzco and they started the research, trying to send samples abroad and asking the opinion of local physicians and scientists. X-rays were made under different X-ray machine values or calibrations and that would be normal according to Dr. Guido Lombardi (a well-known forensic anthropologist I sent available videos and images to a few weeks ago) because the samples are mummified or dehydrated.  Based on what was being shown on YouTube either by Instituto Inkari, Thierry Jamin or, separately, by Mr. Paul Ronceros, Dr. Lombardi opined that what he saw were fabricated samples. I don’t know what his opinion would be of the samples Mr.Maussan says that his team found not to be fabricated but I hope to have the opportunity to show him these as well.  He also seems willing to see the samples directly in person and not only through images.
It seems that several samples have been acquired by persons other than the alleged original discoverers and that, besides Instituto Inkarri and Mr. Ronceros, at least one other person has some in his possession (Mr. G. Paul Ronceros Fernandez a.k.a. Krawix999 in YouTube) is an intermediary who has more samples and has registered some with the INC (Instituto Nacional de Cultura) but, after initially stating that they were extraterrestrial or humanoid now he states that after studying them more closely he’s found that they were all fabricated/put together most likely by a prehispanic civilization in the Nazca area perhaps to represent non-human beings they had encountered. He claims to be in contact with the discoverers of the site and claims that a large underground citadel has been found in Nazca with large Inca-like stone walls, sarcophagi and 20 species of what seem to be mummified beings. In a recent interview by UFO research-interviewer Dr. Anthony Choy Mr. Ronceros said that he doubted that Mr. Mausan could have found non-fabricated samples. Most of the “players” are suspicious of each other and public opinions tend to be convinced of authenticity and cover-up or of fakery and commercialization. There also are accusations that some persons (other than the alleged one or two those who found the samples) would be making money from this. Moreover, if some of the samples turn out to be genuine humanoid biological remains, their legal status has not been specified in the legal code.
In a recent interview by UFO research-interviewer- attorney Dr. Anthony Choy founder of APU (Asociación Peruana de Ufología), Mr. Ronceros said that he doubted that Mr. Maussan could have found new non-fabricated samples in Mr. Jamin’s possession. But Mr. Jamin may have obtained new samples from the original source itself. There is a person he mentions and calls “Mario.”  Most of the “players” or persons involved are somewhat suspicious of each other’s intentions and (as expected) public opinions tend to be polarized: either convinced of authenticity (and, often, of cover-up) or of fakery for commercializing purposes. But the truth may be determined only with careful scientific procedures and should hopefully come out soon. There also are accusations that some persons (other than the alleged one or two those who found the samples) would be making money with this. Moreover, if some of the samples turn out to be genuine humanoid biological remains, their legal status has not been typified in the legal code.
If we speculate that the “Be Witness” alleged humanoid case that brought big controversy to Mr. Maussan and to Ufology was ‘allowed’ to proceed by the “powers that be” behind the “cover-up” and-or “truth embargo” because it could eventually be plausibly denied (even after forensic expert evaluations) once a clear image of the plaque next to the body (describing it as a boy’s mummy) was digitally sharpened and, if we consider that some of the current samples from Perú (as Mr. Maussan claims) are most likely not fabricated but original and biological and that, furthermore, if no one is interrupting this research, then could we perhaps assume that we are dealing with a pre-formal disclosure strategy? It is just a hypothesis, a possibility. I doubt that we should give more credence to a plaque than to three forensic experts.
I hope that this time we aren’t disappointed once again and that humanity will finally receive genuine, undeniable, evidence of the existence of what seem to be non-human, intelligent creatures. On the other hand, only careful scientific analysis will tell.  In spite of the “confidentiality agreement” that at this stage may be questioned as not being scientifically open, we MUST still avoid jumping to conclusions in favor or against this unfinished research in particular and in favor or against researchers in the UFO, exopolitics and experiencer communities and/or in favor or against particular cases without sufficient evidence or mostly based on scanty evidence that, nonetheless, supports our personal preferences and prejudices.
IF, ( a big IF) this time it’s not another “false alarm,” we might see some kind of disclosure in the works and the “humanoids from Perú” aspect would come from the People, meaning civilians, and researchers. IF these “findings” are proven genuine, the beings shown (either as prehispanic representations or as original mummified biological remnants) may or may not be of extraterrestrial origin. They might or might not add to a disclosure together with other unique cases like the so-called Atacama humanoid, the controversial (but not sufficiently deconstructed) case of the “Be Witness” humanoid and a (similar looking) humanoid killed near Tetas de Cayey in Puerto Rico in 1980. Perhaps also the “Atacama Humanoid,” cases from Russia and others should still be re-considered for further analysis because of the morphology more than the partial finding of DNA also present in homo sapiens (similar structuring genes could be shared by humanoids and apes).
IF at least some of the mummified samples are of humanoid biological entities that once lived and perhaps interacted with ancient native American, pre-Columbian civilizations, we would have the opportunity to study some remnants and artifacts that represent that interaction. Their significance would revive Exopolitics and all other disciplines, expand human awareness of our place in the universe and also the scope of religious doctrines while serving to find more appropriate epistemologies, theories, and paradigms as per the meaning of it all. Since until now I haven’t been privy to this research in person or on site and to date don’t clearly know if the scientific studies have been sufficiently rigorous, I’m still skeptical of the situation. However, like in the “Be Witness” case and the Atacama Humanoid case, I would first seriously listen to adequate scientists conducting adequate research. There is what I would call a “Doug & Dave Syndrome” in which, when many are skeptical and/or uncomfortable about a possibility, a simple explanation validating our suspicions is often sufficient to squelch further research, interest, and genuine critical thinking. And this has been used against the public interest as far as UFOs, Crop Circles and other non-conventional, otherworldly phenomena go. So, let’s wait and see if the scientific research is adequate and what the scientific reports will say.
There are some available images of samples apparently in possession of Mr. Thierry Jamin of Instituto Inkari (I believe that they are in a secure vault).
Here we see some of the X-rays. Again, some samples are not anatomically functional and may be either modern fakes made for commercial purposes or representations of creatures seen in the past. Some may be artificially created mummies and/or modified mummies similar to the Chinchorro mummies from Chile but, according to Mr. Maussan and others, some of the samples may be actual mummified bodies of once living humanoids of unknown origin. Again, let’s wait and see if the ongoing scientific research is adequate and what the scientific reports will say. Besides Jaime Maussan and his associated research team, there may be others looking into this case.
A Test of Our Exopolitical Readiness and Reactions
If genuine, the mummies may or may not be “extraterrestrial” but how we react to the unveiling of the investigations may reflect how “exopolitically mature” not only humanity at large is but also how mature may different individuals within the various UFO, exopolitical and experiencer communities be. Are we too personally subdivided into tribal camps, personal preferences and self-sustaining, mutually exclusive, belief groups to handle final physical proof of the existence of non-human, intelligent beings?
Observing reactions within these various groups may be a way to test how mature and capable of seeking unity and coherence of information we may be as per the extraterrestrial and – perhaps – multi dimensional, transdimensional presence.   We tend to dismiss what we personally dislike because it seems to contradict our preferences. Will there be more persons moving irrationally early into their own conclusions considering all of this as a “hoax” accusing researchers of fraud or perhaps will there be more persons jumping to conclusions that the finding is indeed final proof that otherworldly beings exist?  Will enough persons be willing and/or capable of not passing conclusive judgments until sufficient scientific research has been conducted and replicated?  Will the media and academic groups dismiss it immediately without sufficient evidence? Will they consider it a joke? And, if scientists definitely show that one or more of these mummies are of ancient non-human humanoids will humanity at large get used to the news, perhaps for the most part not wanting to think about its importance or perhaps enter into a panicky mode? Will excessively conservative religious groups say that the findings represent demons? Will the truth be allowed to come out?

The larger (5 foot 6 inches) mummy (now considered to be a female humanoid) has been given the name of “María.” Forensic anthropologist Dr. José Salce points out that she has 3 fingers in each hand and 18 phalanxes in each hand. That would be 6 phalanxes in each of her 3 fingers.  The question is whether they were made to fit to perpetrate a hoax or whether they fit naturally and whether they would have been functional. 
Human hands only have 14 phalanxes in each hand. It would have been difficult to tamper with a normal mummy and add phalanxes that seem to fit perfectly well in this particular case.  The white powder covering her doesn’t seem to be chalk or gypsum. The internal organs are preserved, including what seems to be a good portion of the brain and these organs don’t seem to have been tampered with. Peruvian reporter Jois Mantilla (physically present with the team of scientists that arrived with Gaia TV and Mr. Maussan) recently informed in Dr. Anthony Choy’s radio program that “María” doesn’t seem to have a vagina or anus, the forearm appears to be missing one human bone and the femur appears to be joined to the hip through tendons. Also, the Peruvian surgeon Edson Salazar considers this a case worth investigating with a careful attitude, also thinking that adding extra fingers would have been very difficult due to the embracing position the mummy displays.
There allegedly is another mummy that has eggs inside her as shown through X rays and/or CAT scans. Perhaps humanoid and reptilian like or like the equidna and platypus mammals.  On July 11 this and other information will be revealed first in Lima, Peru and thereafter in Mexico and in the U.S. Many scientists are extremely skeptical or havent shown much interest.
We must try to avoid ad hominem and a priori, disqualifying accusations and focus upon sincere and adequate research!  And share this information truthfully with the public!

On Monday April 16 and 17, 2016, there were possible UFO landings and strange presences in the Amazon jungle of Perú. The events under investigation by Peruvian UFO researchers took place in “San Gabriel de Varadero” (about 1.5 – 3 hrs distant by boat from the city of Yurimaguas (using a canoe with propeller engines called “Peque Peque” because of the thup thup thup thup noise it makes) from the city of Yurimaguas in the Department of Loreto, Peru, in the Amazon Jungle. On Monday, April 16, 2016, between 8 and 9 PM (they go to bed early in the jungle), a woman called Agripina Guanze was sleeping with her sister and sons and was awakened by a strong sound like bird wing flapping and that of a kitchen blender then a strong light come into her bedroom as if a searchlight was pointing from the outside. She then saw 4 shining semi spherical objects flashing red and green lights like those of a traffic light and she allegedly felt that something was coming down. Apparently 2 of the objects landed in her garden about Eight (8) meters from her house. They are described as about one meter (3.3 feet) in size. Frightened, she hid in her house, called the local authorities by phone and alerted the community awakening other members of the village. The alarmed villagers then communicated with a radio station.

Teacher Freddy Nuñez (Mosombite?) communicated with a radio pleading for help and asking for police assistance with great emotion. At that moment he described the objects as “triangular.”

The report by UFO researcher Anthony Choy says the villagers saw 4 objects. Two would have landed and two remained flying and shining lights onto people. There’s a previous report saying that UFOs made strong noises as those of a kitchen blender. According to a previous interview an alarmed teacher (Herbert Canchari) trying to protect his family shot repeatedly to the objects with a shotgun and the objects quickly fled not giving time to shoot at them with precision (reason for which locals doubt they might be drones as has been suggested) but the objects returned a few hours later the following day (same night) in the wee hours of the AM and allegedly one or more persons saw humanoid beings coming out of a device not right in the village itself but apparently deeper into the jungle.

Apparently, at least one of the objects landed near a kindergarten school (a “jardin” or garden as it is called in Spanish) leaving a small triangular mark (perhaps more – this is unclear to me).

Researcher Anthony Choy thinks the objects might have been small because the mark had three indentations some 12 inches apart. He also supposes they may have been heavy because of making three deep small holes in hard soil.

In a previous interview a witness described appearance allegedly looked “like a kite” but was also described as a “machine” that after landing apparently lit itself up once again, made some strange movements (“as if recoiling to gather strength) as it lifted off ground before flying away.

According to a previous report, some individuals mention that humanoid(s) seen were dressed approximately as astronauts.

Ufologists from APU- “Asociación Peruana de Ufología”  (Peruvian Ufological Association) have been visiting the area. Reportedly, the villagers are afraid and organizing themselves to patrol the area overnight. They are requesting the presence of the police or of military authorities. Marcelino Aguilar, a reporter from the large RPP Radio network and a local reporter from a newspaper called “El Diario de Yurimaguas” initially covered the news a few days ago. 

Allegedly, the following day (this information retrieved thanks to an interview by Dr. Anthony Choy) Mrs. Donilda Lomas saw a tall & white man in relation to a light that came down and she described him saying that he didn’t step on the ground. Mrs. Donilda doesn’t speak Spanish but rather a dialect from the Shawi ethnic group. She was translated. An object of pure light(s) came down and a tal white man also with lights came out. The object seen before also looked like an umbrella and made the sounds described before.

Some photos of daylight white orbs against the sky seem to have been taken since Wednesday 18 May.

The case raises several issues. Were these events staged using drones? If it was ET were there two classes of beings, the first more aggressive and simply aggressively appearing in this village with their devices( and even landing without notice) and the latter, allegedly seen by Mrs. Lomas, benign protectors? Was shooting at the devices appropriate since whatever came in unexpectedly apparently invaded a national air space and the peace and tranquility of a people highly sensitive to terrorist and other disruptive modern civilization incursions into their territories in the Amazon? Were these events what is known as a “psycho-social” earthly experiment for someone to assess how simple people in the process of becoming modern but living in a remote area of the jungle would react? A Rational Defense Against the Irrational Bashing of the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis

bias-word-cloud-squareThe good news unbeknownst to many is that much of the debunking criticism against the extraterrestrial hypothesis, ufology, exopolitics, experiencers, socially conscious insiders and/or whistleblowers can be considered as rationally flawed. 

Institutional defenders of conventional, official truths have sometimes avoided the UFO question but have occasionally misrepresented facts. For example, as physicist Stanton Friedman often points out, the Secretary of the Air Force D. Quarles said to reporters that no flying saucer had flown over the U.S.; that only 3% of reports received by Project Blue Book remained “unknown”and that eventually even that percentage would be identified as conventional phenomena or illusions. But in, truth, the percentage of overall “unknowns” which had been presented earlier inside the Air Force by Project Blue Book’s Special Report number 14 had been 21.5%. Furthermore, if the witnesses level of education was greater and the case provided greater details, the percentage of “unknowns” went up to 30%. Moreover, a chi square analysis performed by Battelle Memorial Institute comparing “unknowns” with the “knowns” (or clearly identified objects) gave a probability of less than 1% that the “unknowns” would simply be misperceptions or mistakes. Therefore, there was at least a truly puzzling phenomenon taking place (in fact worldwide) even though it was being publicly dismissed while secretly reported  in a completely different manner.  

An accumulation of observations is important and an accumulation of analyzed witness testimonies does not have to be a form of weak or irrelevant evidence in the natural sciences. Inductive reasoning is most fundamental to the advancement of SCIENCE because experience is what brings in data and information that requires new explanations.  New scientifically designed, international, anonymous surveys with a larger, anonymous population like that conducted by F.R.E.E. (the Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (www.experiencer.org)) provide statistical patterns that increase the gravitas of testimonial evidence. It is unreasonable to simply think that thousands of witnesses are lying or definitely mistaken in their observations although they are willing to anonymously answer hundreds of questions. There is a place for human testimony, not only in the social sciences and in a court of law but also in the natural sciences. In part it depends on how scientifically that testimony is acquired and treated. This statistical quantitative and qualitative data (which in some important aspects contradicts popular notions about extraterrestrials) must be taken into account. 

Science advances when theories adapt to evidence and experience and theories should not be considered final but, rather, well-organized, temporary and probable explanations that best explain phenomena and data accumulating through experience.  Taken as well-organized explanations – hopefully with predictive power – theories must evolve as new data and experiences are registered and accepted. However, oftentimes, the acceptance of data and phenomena is precluded by biases and there often are sociological and psychological reasons to unscientifically reject phenomena that don’t fit in well with accepted theory. 

It is becoming clear that we only perceive a limited segment of reality. There may well be ‘laws of physics’, inter-reality processes and types of energies that contend with phenomena not currently accepted by mainstream science, an endeavor still excessively biased toward representing all experienced reality as based upon materialism and mechanicism. This occurs in spite of alternative implications from quantum physics regarding the “de-materialization” of matter and the inseparable role of choice, consciousness and the observer affecting what seems to be a non-local, information substratum.

Status quo power networks traditionally reject new perceptions of reality both when new instruments extend human detection and decoding capacities (remember Galileo’s telescope and Van Leewenhoek’s use of the microscope) and when theories and underlying worldviews need to be modified to account for those detections. But this holding on at all costs to a classical preference for exclusivist materialism and mechanicism lends itself to the fallacy of trying to explain all phenomena under specific and previously accepted ad hoc explanations. Regardless of how thoroughly the scientific method has been followed, this often means trying to explain some phenomena which MAY be conventionally explained as if it necessarily follows that their explanation MUST be conventional. This is also popularly also called “dogmatism.”

But it is becoming quite acceptable for educated individuals to recognize that there indeed is an abundance of recurrent phenomena (“anomalies” from the perspective of conventional theories) unremittingly reported by credible individuals and groups around the world; phenomena which – if seriously considered – bring into question the completeness of classical materialist and mechanicist explanations. Furthermore, individuals not intimately associated with any of the major modern institutions often have the willingness and freedom to openly consider these phenomena real and significant. Some even know that their formal acceptance would logically require re-assessing known theories and suggesting alternative scientific hypotheses. Some are – thankfully – taking the lead to make this happen.

 Baye’s Theorem helps us ASSESS the probability that a hypothesis among others is valid based on new experience. In the XXVIII Century Reverend Thomas Bayes tried to show how to use new evidence to update beliefs. It goes hand in hand with induction and not with a rigid, unequivocal logical deduction. Through induction, we approximately “know” that it is more likely that Earth will continue turning and that tomorrow there’ll be another sunrise, but we don’t know this with absolute certainty.  Like the so-called “principle of parsimony” (or “Occam’s Razor”) Baye’s Theorem is more like a “heuristic,” which can be understood as a general rule of thumb helping us to assess the validity or usefulness of a hypothesis. Both are “shortcuts” simply assisting us to come up with probable explanations. However, if we apply them mechanically based on wrong premises about reality they may even sidetrack us into not recognizing more feasible and obvious explanations.

Baye’s Theorem requires having several hypotheses at hand in order to compare them. It is structured to help us come up with an approximate probability and it states that The Probability of an Hypothesis Explaining the New Results = The Probability of Obtaining the New Results if the Hypothesis is True ÷ The Probability of Getting the New Results Whether the Hypothesis is True or Not. Then, multiply that division by The Probability of the Hypothesis Before Considering the New Results.

Just like Baye’s Theorem is a practical recommendation attempting to approximately give us a clue on the probability of the validity of an hypothesis by also considering several competing hypotheses in light of new information regarding phenomena, “Occam’s Razor” is not like a physical principle or a principle set in stone as an unfailing rule.  The latter (re-stated by several philosophers following Aristotelian thinking but also more associated with theologian, nominalist philosopher and Franciscan friar William of Occam) basically states: “entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity.” To my understanding, this means that when an explanation is sufficient to explain a phenomenon, it is not recommended to seek a greater number of alternative explanations. However, in the case of phenomena challenging conventional explanations, the question would also be if all possible “sufficient explanations” rest upon a classical materialist-mechanicist worldview or, in effect, that the most straightforward and sufficient explanation would be a hypothesis that better fits or corresponds with the facts, however challenging.

Another way of stating “Occam’s Razor” is that it is generally preferable not to assume more hypothesis as causes than the minimum necessary to explain a phenomenon. Said differently, trying to extend the materialist and mechanicist worldviews (and paradigms) in convoluted ways in order to reductionistically explain (or to explain away) the experiential facts and “anomalous” data gathered around the UFO Phenomenon, may actually be not following Aristotle’s and Occam’s recommendation but instead doing just the opposite. While exclusivist materialism is clearly incorrect and insufficient, materialism in itself may be correct but only as an integral part of a network of metaphysical positions, each explaining “reality” from a different angle and all of them arising from a deeper pattern. We will need to understand that “deeper pattern” in order to make sense of phenomena that objectively combine subjective and psychic aspects altering conventional physical life.

Once again, these “heuristics” are basically recommendations generally useful on how to proceed to choose among various hypotheses that might explain a phenomenon. Moreover, unfortunately “Occam’s Razor” has often been misunderstood by closed-minded skeptics (normally defending conventional theories associated with materialism and mechanicism) in their blindly dogmatic search for every which way to ridicule or dismiss evidence pointing toward the “extraterrestrial hypothesis” (or variations within that hypothesis) pertaining to some of the most ‘anomalous’ aspects of the UFO phenomenon.

There’s still another recommendation that can be considered as a useful heuristic. It is the advice to avoid Type Two Errors. In statistics, a null hypothesis is a hypothesis one tries to cancel out by using evidence to the contrary. In statistical hypothesis testing, a Type II Error (or Error of the Second Kind) is the failure to reject a FALSE null hypothesis. In other words, it is a failure to detect some aspect of reality that is suggested by the statistical evidence. This becomes a useful heuristic to think about any accepted percentage of truly unconventional UFO cases.

The concept that “UFO’s are nothing but natural phenomena or phenomena that can be explained by conventional science” would be a false null hypothesis that has not been invalidated based on the best UFO evidence and statistics. This is because the evidence and statistics clearly also suggest that something truly distinct and quite possibly anomalous is going on. Fixated UFO debunkers (and debunkers of the reasonable likelihood of there being genuine “experiencers” interacting with a variety of intelligent extraterrestrial beings which may be able to manipulate spacetime in unconventional ways) are clearly committing a Type Two Error or Error of the Second Kind.

The relevant and scientifically honest (and highly relevant for humanity) situation here is that the “extraterrestrial hypothesis” or ETH (if not limited to a “nuts & bolts” approach) may well be the MOST STRAIGHTFORWARD HYPOTHESIS OR EXPLANATION. In general this hypothesis is not discarded within some foreign governments and Air Force teams researching “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” or “Anomalous Aerial Phenomena” (like the Chilean CEFAA or Committee for the Studies of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena functioning under the General Secretary of the DGCA (the Ministerial Department of Civil Aeronautics), itself under the jurisdiction of the Chilean Air Force).

The initial (often not quoted) step in the “scientific method” is observation of a phenomenon in the natural world. While individual testimony of an anomaly in a non-controlled setting may be considered a weak piece of evidence, the fact that thousands upon thousands (including some astronomers)  have observed and reported UFOs that resist conventional explanations can be considered part of the initial step. Today, besides these individual testimonies (given to civilian and military institutions) there have been a few scientifically conducted surveys (like the anonymous international survey Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research on Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters). As witness testimony goes, the latter is stronger from a natural science point of view. However, besides witness testimony, after-the-event analysis of photographs, radar cases, landing traces with soil modification and other forms of “physical evidence” also accumulate in favor of the “Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH).”

The ETH hypothesis is neither discarded beforehand (for instance by introducing pre-conceived conclusions into the premises) by the high-level military and scientific French GEIPAN (Study Group and Information on Non-Identified Aerospace Phenomenon) analysts working under the jurisdiction of CNES (the National Center for Space Studies) who in 1999 produced the so-called “COMETA Report.” Likewise, this reasonable hypothesis is endorsed by the “Sigma/3AF Commission” of the Aeronautical & Astronomical Association of France. In fact, given the evidence available, the ETH cannot be reasonably discarded in advance without incurring dishonesty. Sigma/3AF considers the ETH valid and plausible. They are scientists and are being reasonable – rather than dogmatic – based on a rational analysis of UAP/UFO cases.

Moreover, it might be possible to improve “after-the-fact ufology” by propitiating field experiments that interact with the phenomenon. If consciousness (besides objectivity) is a key ingredient for their success, so be it. The science-based ufologist expanding his or her methods would learn to work with this.

Interactive field experiments using instruments and live empirical observation to test hypothesis might be achievable with the assistance of CE-5 approaches, “prime contactees,” adequate preparation, equanimity and fearlessness and – above all – a respectful attitude of any intelligences behind the phenomenon as well as experiencer-contact processes that involve consciousness, group effort, feelings and ideologies. Through this “experimental ufology” we may complete the steps of the scientific method pursuant genuine UFOs: Observation of a phenomenon, gathering information about what is known about it, proposing a reasonable hypothesis to explain the phenomenon, testing the hypothesis, analyzing the results, concluding if they verify the hypothesis or not, sharing the method, results, and conclusions with other scientists, replicating the research and – eventually – modifying theory.

Humanity needs its academic, religious and political leaders to come to terms with the fact that the ETH is a reasonable and rational perspective backed-up by the finest inductively-derived, independently assessed and cross-tabulated evidence gathered by sincere, mentally sound, capable and reputable UFO researchers across several decades; by some courageous and honest scientists, a good number of political, military and intelligence community whistleblowers and witnesses and by thousands of individuals from around the world (individuals who for the most part don’t do it for personal gain but who, instead, oftentimes face ridicule from peers in the name of truth).

This evidence also includes, highly trained witnesses capable of recognizing a variety of flying objects, alleged landings leaving anomalous and analyzed physical signatures, clear visual, radar and radar-visual sightings, military intercept missions; photographic and film analyses passing adequate tests, the analysis of a few solid objects with highly anomalous characteristics (such as those which podiatric surgeon Roger K. Leir collected from alleged abductee-experiencers) and leaked or formerly classified government documents that indicate longstanding, official interest in “flying discs,” “flying saucers” or “UFO anomalies.”

Moreover, after thousands upon thousands of psychologically healthy and socially functional “citizen-experiencers” reporting intelligent physical interactions with otherworldly extraterrestrial beings; after metallic-looking disc-shaped, triangular-shaped, sphere-shaped and tubular-shaped objects have been reported zigzagging and departing in abrupt ways defying momentum and inertia (sometimes after apparently interacting with witnesses for instance by responding with right-angle formations) the lack of formal academic investigation onto what may be going on (at least from a social and psychological perspective) is a failure against modern, humanistic, democratic and scientific ideals.

It simply looks as if FEAR and personal convenience got the upper hand in the innards of modern academic and political institutions since facing the facts would probably challenge the premises those institutions are based in and thus internal social forces arise to prevent individuals from stepping out of line. To this we must add possible private interests to take advantage of technological developments besides the national security need to maintain a possible advanced technology out of reach from enemies; something which can be overdone and – once a vast secret apparatus around this issues has been established – it becomes increasingly difficult to eventually inform civilians as time passes by. Perhaps many unconstitutional actions were taken throughout the decades at least since 1947, especially if taboo, ridicule and a highly classified secrecy did not allow for the application of constitutional supervision or checks and balances.

Nonetheless, the forces of social control (among them ridicule), or even active repression and suppression cannot forever hold back the truth in order to sustain the status quo or an outmoded way of thinking, especially if the intermittent and phenomenon were to be interactive and clearly related with human interests. 

In relation to UFOs, for the Principle of Parsimony (a.k.a. “Occam’s Razor”) multiplying explanations to uphold the materialist-mechanicist premises may not be the way to arrive at a “sufficient explanation.”  Then, Baye’s Theorem asks us to compare several hypotheses and not to discard any plausible one offhand. Finally, the advice to avoid Type Two Errors or Errors of the Second Kind (the failure to detect some aspect of reality which is suggested by the statistical evidence) also reminds us to become aware of our blinding cognitive biases when the evidence is displayed before us within a complex phenomenon. I wonder how many “Close Encounters of the Second Kind” interesting pieces of unique evidence (as described by J. Allen Hynek’s six-fold classification scale for UFO encounters) have been so dismissed…

All of these HEURISTICS basically warn us against inflexibly holding on to our conventional ‘pet’ theories. In relation to truly anomalous UFOs and in the offing human-extraterrestrial interactive encounters we seriously need to change our premises and face the facts.

To conclude, the three heuristics mentioned are not inimical with the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) and, what is more, an intelligent use of them clearly suggests that the ETH MUST be seriously considered. It is a matter of time before good old common sense prevails as the need to adapt to reality has the real final say with its own complex (emergent and self-organizing) ways to assert itself.
