The Unclassified UAPTF Report Was for the Purpose of Global Perception

Article by Gautam Peddada                                               June 30, 2021                                                           (thepulse.one)

• UFO researcher Richard Dolan recently obtained a leaked summary of the classified version a US Department of Defense/ Director of National Intelligence UAPTF Report claiming that anti-gravity aircraft is already being tested at Area 51 and other Nevada military sites. (see here) Therefore, the public unclassified UAPTF Report which claimed to have no idea what these UFOs are, swarming Navy ships and seen by Navy aviators, was likely an “Information Operation” to make adversaries question whether American-made anti-gravity military drones are actually extraterrestrial.

• Richard Dolan’s leaked report also cites “Advanced utilization of exotic elements for energy research”. ‘Exotic elements’ could be successfully reverse engineered anti-gravity craft now being tested as alluded to by Christopher Mellon and Luis Elizondo.

• According to a US Department of Defense study document Joint Publication 1–02 (see here) ‘Information Operations’ are critical to the successful execution of military operations. “Information is facts, data, or instructions in any media or form,” according to the joint publication. The actual objective of the Nevada-based Viper teams, who work closely with George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell, might be for disseminating strategic disinformation via Information Operations.

• According to the joint publication, the media is a ‘force multiplier’ and a ‘weapon of war’ for ‘perception management’ – targeting the minds of an adversary to defeat them psychologically and disarm them morally. If the Chinese believe in and mistake US recon planes for alien spaceships, the US will gain a major advantage. Media perception control propaganda can also create a public perception of an enemy as an evil entity, awakening a dormant tribal impulse in the public itself.

• In an age where 24-hour immediate battlefield news coverage is the norm, “media spin” in molding world opinion is a necessary component of military success. The military should avoid actions that would alienate public support while maximizing media coverage of success stories. It should not take media coverage of combat operations for granted.

                          Richard Dolan

A discovered US Department of Defense document provides unprecedented insight into why the US government is disclosing information concerning UFOs.

The US Department of Defense is very certainly utilising or plans to deploy sophisticated anti-gravity planes to gain an advantage over its terrestrial opponents. If the document obtained by UFO researcher Richard Dolan from the DNI report is to be believed, the US was in the midst of an informational campaign to gain a significant advantage, which may have been thwarted. The document obtained by Mr. Dolan makes a bold claim that anti-gravity aircraft is already being tested at Area 51 and related sites (based out of Nevada).

The actual objective of the Viper teams, who seemingly work closely in association with with George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell (both stationed in Nevada), might be for Information Operation (IO). Information Operations (IO) are critical to the

                    Dolan’s document

successful execution of military operations, according to a recently discovered US Department of Defense study document.
“Information is facts, data, or instructions in any media or form,” according to Joint Publication 1–02 (Department of Defense Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms, April 2006). Information is also defined as “the meaning that a person imparts to facts via the application of recognised protocols in their representation.”

Extraterrestrial Hypothesis

For those wanting to answer additional existential mysteries, Richard Dolan’s report also cites “Advanced utilisation of exotic elements for energy research (ET related stuff).” With former US intelligence member Christopher Mellon and AATIP Director Luis Elizondo alluding to wrecked ET spacecraft on many occasions, it is reasonable to conclude that the anti-gravity craft now being tested were successfully reverse engineered.

Leaked Summary of Classified UAP Report – Genuine or Disinformation?

On June 30, veteran UFO researcher Richard Dolan released a leaked summary of the classified version of the UAP report delivered to the US Senate five days earlier. The alleged summary asserts that members of Congress were informed of eight breakthrough propulsion technologies being studied and tested at Nevada’s Area 51 and Tonopah Test Range. None of the advanced propulsion technologies were deployed outside of these testing facilities, according to the summary, and therefore none of craft identified in the June 25 UAP report belong to the US.

This Exopolitics Today podcast examines competing claims over whether evidence exists that such craft have been successfully built and deployed by different branches of the US military.

UFOs: Unending False Official-Narratives

by Rich Scheck

Government lies never seem to stop! Virtually all official narratives linked to important historical events like the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, the assassination of JFK and 9/11 are drenched in untruth with false claims, overt propaganda or outright lies.

At the top of this list of spun stories is the topic of UFOs where the entire conversation entails a psychological operation where decent citizens are subjected to an unending stream of misinformation that makes the Santa Claus legend and tales of the Easter Bunny seem plausible by comparison.

The recent deluge of MSM coverage of the alleged “UFO Threat” follows decades of dismissal of claims by credible Ufologists that these mysterious objects are worthy of attention. The best explanation for legitimizing their existence is to justify a massive increase in defense spending by the usual suspects in the MIC.

With the Covid fear campaign losing steam and traditional efforts to demonize Russia and China barely impacting an already credulous polity, something dramatic needs to be cooked up by the Global Elite to reset the public’s panic button.

A Project BlueBeam scenario has long been in the works, perhaps to be deployed soon as a last resort by the Davos Desperados to hammer home their full spectrum dominance plan of total control over humanity.

Will it work? Perhaps! The latest wrinkle for those paying attention involves the ubiquitous and nimble (former?) intelligence operative Luis Elizondo, who has jumped from being a government insider linked to John Brennan, Jim Clapper and the DOD’s ATTIP project (supposedly tracking UFOs), to his role as a leading spokesman for the failed TTSA effort to privatize UFO Disclosure to his new persona as a disgruntled whistleblower out to expose official duplicity.

This would seem to make him the Michael Cohen of Disclosure since Lue has been the most prominent face of the official threat assertions that he is now supposedly attempting to refute.

This confessional posture has lured the unlikely support of famed civil rights attornery, Daniel Sheehan, who is simultaneously the lawyer for Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project which boldly proclaims there is no ET threat!

It will be intriguing to watch Sheehan to see if he successfully navigates this highwire act by Elizondo to rehabilitate his credibility and convince skeptics like Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt and many others that he deserves to be believed.

Dr. Greer assures us that Danny will disassociate himself from Elizondo if the spook recants on his pledge to tell the full “truth” about ETs, UFOs and other aspects of the Secret Space Program. His position has been put in question after last night’s appearance by Elizondo on the Tucker Carlson Show where he said little that reversed his previous threat claims.

The next act in this drama comes when top Ufologist Richard Dolan interviews Lue as part of a special virtual conference on UFO Secrecy slated to run later today.

With the scheduled release of Senator Rubio’s UAP Task Force report fast approaching, today’s events and those that follow are certain to keep this topic bubbling in the public consciousness for the foreseeable future.

The big question remains: has UFO come to stand for “Unending False Official-Narratives” or will that appellation reclaim its original meaning of Unidentified Flying Objects as the ET Truth Embargo of 75 years since Roswell finally comes to an end?

Fargo’s Famous UFO in the Skies Above a Football Game in 1948

Article by Tracy Briggs                                     December 20, 2020                                         (brainerddispatch.com)

• In the early evening hours of October 1, 1948, George Gorman (pictured above), a 25 year old WWII veteran and flight instructor from Fargo, North Dakota was flying his P-51 Mustang along with a squadron of other pilots in the North Dakota Air National Guard. Part of their flight path took them over the North Dakota Agricultural College football field where the NDHC Bison were playing the Augustana Vikings. Kickoff was 8 pm.

• About a half hour later, most of the pilots flying decided to call it a night, but second lieutenant Gorman wanted to get in more flying time. Gorman was flying about two and a half miles from the football field when an air traffic controller told him about a small Piper Cub in the area. He acknowledged the smaller plane about 500 feet below, but a few minutes later, he spotted something else. Gorman said it was a “flying disk,” round with well-defined edges, brilliantly lit and circling slowly over Fargo. He called it on to the airfield tower, but their radar was not picking it up.

• When Gorman decided to get closer to the object, it suddenly got brighter and shot away. He estimated it was flying around 250 miles an hour, but accelerated to 600 miles an hour. Gorman’s plane could only fly about 400 miles an hour, so he lost the object. But it came back and flew right at him. “When the object was coming head on, I held my plane pointed right at it,” Gorman said. “The object came so close that I involuntarily ducked my head because I thought a crash was inevitable. But the object zoomed over my head.” The aerial encounter lasted 27 minutes.

• With the clear weather conditions, the fans at the football game might have seen flashes of light, not unlike heat lightning. They also might have heard the sounds of Gorman’s plane and the object. But researchers haven’t been able to track down any fans or players who were there that night, even though the Bison did break a nine-game losing streak.

• Recently declassified US Air Force documents include a diagram Gorman drew of what went on in the air that night. (see below) UFO historian Richard Dolan says the detailed drawing tells us a lot. “It shows you’ve got an experienced, seasoned World War II fighter pilot who is dealing with a ‘light phenomenon’ that is clearly outperforming his aircraft.” Gorman was so shaken after the incident that he had trouble landing the plane. He told The Fargo Forum it was “the weirdest experience I’ve had in my life.”

• Gorman told his commanding officer what happened. The incident was referred to Air Force intelligence. USAF investigators arrived in Fargo on October 4th and interviewed the two air traffic controllers in the tower that night as well as the pilot of the Piper Cub, a local physician. All of them corroborated Gorman’s account. In Gorman’s written statement, he wrote that he was convinced there was “definitive thought” behind the object’s maneuvers and that the UFO could go faster, turn tighter and climb steeper than his aircraft. The Air Force concluded the UFO was a combination of the planet Jupiter and a weather balloon. When Gorman insisted it wasn’t a weather balloon, the Air Material Command warned him not to divulge any further information or he would be subject to a court martial.

• For the rest of his military career, Gorman refrained from talking about what came to be known as the “Gorman dogfight”, one of the most infamous and credible UFO sightings on record. The incident was even featured on the History Channel show, “Project Blue Book” in 2019. Gorman’s military career took him to bases in Italy and throughout the US. He retired as a lieutenant colonel and died in the early 1980s in Texas at the age of 59.

FARGO — It’s almost as though Fargo Forum Sports Editor Eugene Fitzgerald had a tiny crystal ball sitting

                      George Gorman

beside his typewriter in the smoke-filled newsroom that day in the fall of 1948 when he wrote his headline for Oct. 1: “Aerial Display Likely in Bison-Augustana Game Tonight.” Of course, in this case, “aerial display” referred to Fitzgerald’s prediction that the game would feature more passing than rushing.

NDSU won that night 14-6, hardly a show of aerial dominance. Nonetheless, Fitzgerald’s headline turned out to be strangely prophetic as there was a pretty spectacular aerial display in the sky that night. It became the subject of a U.S. government investigation, the files of which have only recently been declassified and open for the public to see.

                    Gorman’s drawings

It’s come to be known as the “Gorman dogfight” and is one of the most well-known 20th century UFO stories. It’s also one of the most credible, considering the man who claimed to see the flying saucer was an accomplished World War II pilot and at least three other witnesses were experienced aviators.

For years, reports of what happened that night came from the eyewitnesses and Gorman himself. But now that the files have been declassified, more details have emerged. The incident was featured on a History Channel show called “Project Blue Book” in 2019.
Who was George Gorman?

According to columnist Curt Eriksmoen, who wrote about Gorman in The Forum in 2011, Gorman was born July 7, 1923, to Norbert and Roberta Gorman. He grew up in Fargo, where his father was a Cass County agent. During World War II, Gorman became a B-25 instructor for French aviation students. When the war was over, he returned to Fargo and was employed as the manager of a construction company.

When the North Dakota Air National Guard formed at Fargo’s Hector Airport on Jan. 16, 1947, Gorman joined the squadron as a second lieutenant.

           UFO historian Richard Dolan

What exactly happened Oct. 1, 1948?

Gorman was flying his P-51 Mustang with other guard pilots in the early evening hours of Oct. 1, 1948. Part of their flight path was over the old Dacotah Field where the North Dakota Agricultural College Bison football team played its games. According to North Dakota State University Assistant Athletic Director Ryan Perreault, the field was slightly south of the current Dacotah Field.

“Dacotah Field at that time was located adjacent to Churchill Hall in the center of campus where the Memorial Union and A. Glenn Hill Center now sit,” Perreault said.

He said kickoff was 8 p.m. that Friday night.

About a half hour later, most of the pilots flying decided to call it a night, but Gorman wanted to get in more flying time. According to a story in The Fargo Forum dated Oct. 3, 1948, Gorman was flying near Hector Field, about two and a half miles from the football field, when an air traffic controller told him about a small Piper Cub in the area.

He acknowledged the smaller plane about 500 feet below, but a few minutes later, he spotted something else.

On Podcast Jack Osbourne Talks About Aliens With Human DNA

Article by Susan Leighton                           May 1, 2020                             (1428elm.com)

• On the April 29th episode of the “Aliens Like Us” podcast with Rhys Darby, Ozzie’s son Jack Osbourne and ufologist Richard Dolan talked about UFO crashes and alien technology.  Darby is a well-known actor/comedian in New Zealand. (click here for the 36:22 minute Spotify audio of “Aliens Like Us” radio show which features Jack Osbourne at the 17 minute mark and Richard Dolan at the 29 minute mark)

• Jack Osbourne was there to promote a series on the Travel Channel, called Portals to Hell which he hosts. (see “Portals to Hell” trailer below) Jack and his father are both believers in extraterrestrials and the paranormal.  Osbourne said that he actually saw a UFO in California when he was 13-years-old.

• In the podcast, Osbourne relates a story about a friend if his who produced shows on UFOs for Fox in the 1990’s, who while researching a 1970’s crash of an ‘otherworldly craft’, stumbled upon documents acknowledging that the United States military had recovered bodies from the craft. But they weren’t the traditional Greys with the huge craniums and large dark, almond shaped eyes. They were human in appearance except taller with bigger heads and larger eyes. The “writing” found inside the UFO craft was also “exceedingly familiar”. ‘Tissue typing’ blood tests performed on the humanoid beings revealed the presence of a Human Leukocyte Antigen, ie: a protein found in the human body. The conclusion, says Osbourne, was that these occupants of the UFO were in essence, time travelers.

• A recent article on Space.com, talks about the book, Identified Flying Objects: A Multidisciplinary Scientific Approach to the UFO Phenomenon. In it, Michael Masters, a biological anthropology professor at Montana Technical Institute in Butte, alleges that alien spacecraft are vehicles created to move through time and that the occupants are more evolved versions of us. (see previous ExoArticle here)

[Editor’s Note]   I wish Rhys Darby had asked Dolan more about the UFO crash in the 1970’s that Jack Osbourne brought up.

           Jack Osbourne

Jack Osbourne and renowned ufologist, Richard Dolan recently appeared on actor/comedian Rhys Darby’s new podcast, Aliens Like Us. Darby is a well-known New Zealand entertainer who played Guy Mann in the popular The X-Files episode, Mulder & Scully Meet the Were-Monster. He also starred in Flight of the Conchords on HBO as Murray Hewitt.

On the inaugural episode, Osbourne and Dolan discussed alien technology, UFO crashes and a shocking discovery

          Richard Dolan

that one of Jack’s producer friends made while researching a TV project.

Everyone knows that Ozzy’s son is into the paranormal. Currently, he is hosting a series on Travel Channel, called Portals to Hell.

Apparently, Jack and his father are both believers in extraterrestrials. The younger Osbourne witnessed an Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) in California when he

                     Rhys Darby

was 13-years-old. So, it is no surprise that he is open minded when it comes to fringe topics.

A close friend of Jack’s used to produce shows on UFOs for Fox in the 1990’s. While researching a 1970’s crash of an otherworldly craft, he stumbled upon some disturbing information. When the military recovered the UAP, they found bodies.

Now, whenever aliens are mentioned most people think of the traditional greys with the huge craniums and gigantic dark, almond shaped eyes. However, this isn’t what the officers found when they were combing the wreckage.

Researching UFO’s? You Can Start With a New Display at the National Archives Museum

Listen to “E191 Researching UFO's? You Can Start With a New Display at the National Archives Museum” on Spreaker.

Article by Amanda Horowitz                           December 6, 2019                            (wjla.com)

• In recognition of the 50th anniversary of the end of Project Blue Book in 1969, from December 5th through January 8th the National Archives Museum will display a sampling of the Air Force’s declassified UFO investigation program in the East Rotunda Gallery in Washington, D.C. The bulk of the thousands of pages of Project Blue Book records remain at the National Archives College Park, Maryland location. These include home movies that people from all over the United States shot between 1952 and 1967.

• But these Archives may only be the tip of the iceberg. According to UFO historian Richard Dolan, “Serious research must also include the many thousands of pages of documents released over the years via the Freedom of Information Act.” Dolan pointed to criticism of Blue Book, “Frankly, (Project Blue Book) was designed to explain UFO reports away, rather than actually explain them.”

• According to an Air Force website, the conclusions of Project Blue Book were: “No UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security; There was no evidence submitted to or discovered by the Air Force that sightings categorized as “unidentified” represented technological developments or principles beyond the range of modern scientific knowledge; and there was no evidence indicating that sightings categorized as “unidentified” were extraterrestrial vehicles.”

• However, a representative for the National Archives said “Our mission is to make records accessible, not to draw conclusions.” Ryan Faith, space and defense policy expert said, “At the end of the day, it’s kind of immaterial what UFOs are until we can somehow, of our own initiative, interact with them.”

Washington, D.C. — You can become a UFO researcher starting with a new display at the National Archives Museum.

In recognition of the 50th anniversary of the end of Project Blue Book, the code name for the Air Force program that investigated UFO sightings, the National Archives Museum started displaying a selection of Project Blue Book records Thursday.

The records are a just sample from thousands of pages of unclassified records and items related to Project Blue Book that the National Archives has in its possession. Including things like unedited, unaltered home movies used in the investigation that people from all over the United States shot between 1952 and 1967.

You can access the bulk of the Archives Project Blue Book documents at its College Park location. But if you want to reach full-on ufologist status, what the Archives has may only be the tip of the iceberg.

“Serious research much also include the many thousands of pages of documents released over the years via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), UFO historian and author Richard Dolan said. “One can learn much more by studying the declassified literature on this matter via a number of public sources and websites.”

Dolan said the Project Blue Book archives are a good resource. He also pointed to criticism of Blue Book. “Frankly, it was designed (especially after 1952) to explain UFO reports away, rather than actually explain them,” he said.

International UFO Congress Holds 28th Annual Conference in Downtown Phoenix

Listen to “E99 9-17-19 International UFO Congress Holds 28th Annual Conference in Downtown Phoenix” on Spreaker.

Article by Chelsea Hofmann                 September 8, 2019                (azcentral.com)

• In the first week of September, the International UFO Congress held its 28th annual conference and film festival at the Sheraton Hotel in Phoenix. The Guinness World Records lists it as the largest UFO conference. It contained five days of lectures including two dinner banquets, lunch workshops and a film festival that began the day before the conference.

• The Saturday panel addressed the question: “Mainstream Attitudes Toward UFO’s: Are UFOs now being taken seriously?” Panelist George Knapp said that attitudes have shifted dramatically in the media following the New York Times story in December 2017, making UFOs a more respectable topic to cover. Richard Dolan agreed, saying, “For the New York Times to cover UFOs in a way that’s not snarky, not insulting to our intelligence, which it always has been, that’s a sea change, and I don’t think they’re going to be able to go back to the old days.”

• But still, Dolan warned that these mainstream publications may have an agenda. “My take is that there are a faction of people who are motivated to promote their version of disclosure,” said Dolan during the panel discussion. Panelist Marc D’Antonio echoed Dolan’s concern, “I think that the truth really lies somewhere in the middle. I don’t think that the truth is being entirely told by any one news outlet.”

• Dolan also said that social media has skewed the topics discussed within the UFO community. “I think social media has somewhat ruined our ability to have a civil discourse, not just in ufology but in society in general, and in that kind of environment it’s very difficult to have a reasoned, careful, cautious examination of issues.” Knapp chimed in, “[E]verybody becomes an authority.” “Just because you’ve got a keyboard doesn’t mean you’re a journalist. Just because you file a FOIA request doesn’t mean you’re a journalist.”

• D’Antonio insisted that UFO research is not an actual science. “I think that we’re going to… solve (the UFO issue) with astronomers astrophysicists (and) with the assistance of NASA and the European Space Agency…” to determine “whether there’s life elsewhere.”

[Editor’s Note]  This conference is a good example of the rift occurring between separate factions of the broader UFO community. This Phoenix conference is made up of the more ‘conservative’ UFO researchers who still rely on the government, academic institutions, NASA, and the ESA to bring out the truth about UFOs and the extraterrestrial presence. Others, as represented at last month’s Dimensions of Disclosure conference in Ventura, California, don’t hold any faith in the government or NASA to assist in the disclosure of the truth. In fact, these progressive UFO researchers see the government and NASA as sources of disinformation, stagnating the progress of UFO/ET disclosure as they have done for the past 75 years. The revelations published in the NY Times and Politico, while intriguing, still portray only a limited disclosure which the government is willing to reveal. At this rate, it will take a hundred years for full disclosure to eventually reach the public. And this is the Deep State’s agenda.

The Sheraton Phoenix conference room filled with skeptics and believers alike Saturday, and all attendees were there to discuss the same topic: UFOs.

                       Richard Dolan

The International UFO Congress held its 28th annual conference and film festival Wednesday through Sunday in downtown Phoenix, which was named the largest UFO conference by Guinness World Records, according to the International UFO Congress website.

          Marc D’Antonio

The conference hosts five days of lectures including two dinner banquets, lunch workshops and a film festival that began the day before the conference.

Attendees can participate in “Experience Sessions” hosted by a certified therapist, which provide a welcoming, safe environment for those who wish to share stories, as well as visit tables promoting healing energy, sacred geometry and psychic ability in the vendor room.

UFOs have become more respectable in news media

          George Knapp

Experts in the field hosted the Saturday panel “Mainstream Attitudes Toward UFO’s: Are UFOs now being taken seriously?”

Panelist George Knapp said during the panel that attitudes have shifted dramatically in the media following the New York Times story, making UFOs a more respectable topic to cover and allowing other news organizations to go down the same path.

“Everyone seems to want in on it now,” Knapp, the chief investigative reporter for KLAS TV in Las Vegas, said in the panel discussion.

Astounding Revelations Require More Comprehensive and Careful Assessments!!

TTSA  information

+  extra information

+ extra information…?

= A More Complete, Necessary Disclosure?

The U.S. Government is disclosing the reality of UFOs (or UAPs) through the efforts of To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (TTSA). Through the personal opinions of TTSA members, there is an informal admission that these vehicles appear to be made with technology not available in any country of the world.  Serious individuals participate in TTSA, like former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon, former CIA Directorate of Operations member Jim Semivan and former career intelligence officer and microbiologist Luis Elizondo. They are presenting an extraordinary credible series (“UNIDENTIFIED”) in the History Channel and their media interviews are rendering UFOs credible and worthwhile to “serious thinkers” that otherwise would have to continue laughing about it.

TTSA and the History Channel are giving us interviews with highly trained military pilots and other credible witnesses and telling us about the evidence that was found inside the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) that operated in the Pentagon under the DIA and under the Secretary of Defense. TTSA has promised to show a “metamaterial” made with extremely fine, pure otherworldly isotopic layers, that loses weight when irradiated with terahertz EM frequencies and which, possibly, has not been fabricated by any known Earth technology.

This mind-opening stage of informing the public about UFOs (now preferably called “UAPs”) is a historical turning point and can also be considered a “confirmation” of basic aspects about UFOs that many ufologists had previously found. It is also confirming what a greater percentage of the population already believed or suspected. Since the USG (U.S. Government) is collaborating with TTSA by providing the latter with declassified UAP (or UAP) evidence, we can also assume that it is a moderate form of official disclosure.

But recently leaked emails mentioned by historian Richard Dolan are revealing that some persons historically associated with current TTSA members were also trying to find out details about other even more secret programs that had also been researched and mentioned by other ufologists. For instance, a 1997 meeting at the Pentagon previously revealed many times by Dr. Steven Greer (and which involved Admiral Wilson, Commander Will Miller, Dr. Steven Greer, and Astronaut Edgard Mitchell) is being verified through these leaked emails. Astoundingly, they likely show that the main, formal system (the ‘white world’ of intelligence) within the intelligence community doesn’t know what another (possibly unconstitutional, ‘black world’ of intelligence) system is doing in terms of the deepest research on extraterrestrial (or UAP intelligences) presences.

The leaked emails would also show that many TTSA members and collaborators (including scientists and some military working together in formal UFO/UAP research like in NIDS, The Aviary and the Advanced Theoretical Physics Working Group) know more than what they currently announce publicly, such that ETs are here. On the other hand, according to a June 17, 2019 interview given by Grant Cameron to Spaced Out Radio, the emails were likely rescued (post mortem) from astronaut Edgard Mitchell’s stash of saved documents which leads me to suspect that some TTSA members or associates or someone close to Ed Mitchell may also want the information in the emails to come out.

See this YOUTUBE VIDEO: “UFO Leak of the Century, Richard Dolan Analyzes the Admiral Wilson Notes.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dk7wWp7iL60

And this YOUTUBE recording “June 17/19 – Grant Cameron on the UFO Leak and Ryan Stacey from TESA” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eO5S2ybi6hY&t=923s

Also, a good compilation of the 1997 Pentagon meeting by Giuliano Marinkovic is found at http://omnitalkradio.weebly.com/pentagon-ufo-briefing.html

The so-called “Core Secrets” emails now exposed seem to show that not even Admiral Wilson (then with the conventional authority to supervise multiple intelligence agencies) could obtain in-depth information about some extraordinarily secret research regarding extraterrestrials. I understand that Admiral Wilson has denied the content of these email letters, but of course, for various reasons he would. The situation requires extraordinary research instead of infighting within the more serious ufological community.

Since I think that there are a FEW nefarious extraterrestrial civilizations, I do not completely agree with Dr. Steven Greer’s assessment of extraterrestrial civilizations but I also recognize that the ‘leaked’ emails confirm Dr. Greer’s much more complex and personally involved research, and the overall situation suggests the existence of an unconstitutional, unsupervised, led-by-corporations, secret, de facto research organization or “cabal”; something akin to a Secret Government…functioning above the law; a form of “need to know” and “compartmentalized” organization far exceeding the spirit of the law under which it was probably created by an Executive Order during President Truman’s time; an alleged entity – surprisingly – operating utilizing the official Government and legitimate intelligence programs but which got out of control as a de facto outside-the-Government entity even capable of utilizing some of its legitimate installations.  IF it was originally set up by an Executive Order, it would have escaped constitutional, democratic supervision within a Government understood as part of a bona fide republic. But, is this just another “crazy conspiracy theory of the lunatic fringe” (as some versions about the Secret Space Program)?

And how could such an entity continue operating? How could someone like Admiral Wilson (“J2” the Intelligence Director for the Joint Chiefs of Staff) not have access to this entity’s research? As Dr. Steven Greer tells us, some of the reasons why this “Cabal” escaped formal control are that 1) Most formally elected politicians, academics and military do not want to do anything about it because the issue is a career-destroying taboo purposefully exacerbated by the Cabal’s influence on the media  2) That the means and methods involved to keep the secrets can destroy personal images and – in various ways – anybody that opposes them 3) That the general public and scientists, in general, have been manipulated to think that UFOs are either nonsense, entertainment or weird things of no consequence and 4) That they organize extremely compartmentalized projects and 5) That they don’t recruit morally upright individuals if they are to become knowledgeable of compromising information.

Recent ‘leaked’ emails that have come out:

Also, a few days before, the following “Alien Autopsy” emails related to the film that Ray Santilli received and distributed in 1995 came out publicly.

Alien Autopsy Proof – Email Communication

Both sets of emails seem to be genuine as Richard Dolan would likely agree.

These unplanned disclosures appear to show that someone in the know within the formal Government or perhaps within the secret Government seems willing to reveal to the citizenry more and at a faster rate than what is being currently revealed by TTSA. This also has to be looked into carefully. It shows that apparently, from within the Bob Bigelow’s – NIDS research (associated with the white world of conventional intelligence and military), there was an informal attempt to find out about more specific extraterrestrial-related, secretive Government research, USAP programs. How is society going to respond? Can we collectively absorb a sped-up disclosure? Will most of society, including scientists, religious figures, politicians and mainstream media giants dismiss the importance of these revelations as they previously dismissed the importance of UFOs and the logical presence of UFO intelligences?

I am for an intelligent, comprehensive and educational type of disclosure. But, have we been collectively mal-educated by entertainment, polarizing tribal political influences, and greed to the point of not being able to sort out and intelligently adapt to life-changing information which challenges our classical sense of reality? Or, perhaps, we still have the resilience to do it. And perhaps for various exopolitical reasons revealed by a few genuine “prime” contactees we are sufficiently safe not to engage in antagonizing all ET presences even if some – a minority engaging Earth’s human family – are nefarious. Everything must be considered carefully.

As exopoliticians, we must learn not to discount verifiable and credible sources of information so as to over-rely on those sources that we personally prefer. We must be comprehensive but also careful with the verification of the source of information. Exopolitics should not be a “post-truth” endeavor! It must not be a matter of belief or it will be a tribal affair.

Moreover, besides taking seriously research that reveals multiple levels of secrecy regarding technology, we also need to come to terms with sincere accounts of actual contact with what could be called multi-reality UAP intelligences. If the intelligences that built the UAPs encountered during military maneuvers (possibly canceling what would correspond to 300g-400g acceleration forces) most likely do not originate in any country on Earth (as has been stated by TTSA members), then either the ETH (Extraterrestrial Hypothesis) or a more sophisticated type of “other reality hypothesis” (capable of being physical and also of overcoming spacetime physical limitations) must be accepted. Of course, there may be successful, yet unacknowledged retro-engineered vehicles that are not being admitted either for security issues or because (most or all?) TTSA members have not been ‘read into’ those programs. Thus, they can be truthful about what they say to the public.

Quite likely the TR- 3B and similar flying triangles incorporating gravity-canceling technology would be a product of some of those other secret (USAP?) programs but the dozens (perhaps up to one hundred) “tic-tac” UAPs detected during the 2004 Nimitz Incident would be more advanced and not be fabricated by Earth-based homo sapiens.

WE NEED TO BE MORE COMPREHENSIVE

Different segments in the population and different researchers emphasize specific aspects of the UAP phenomenon instead of attempting to embrace the entire picture. Some will only accept the reality of UAPs and the intelligences involved if the evidence is presented by former Government officers in an official or semi-official manner as a “threat.” Citizen experiencers and serious research that bring up other aspects – including direct communications with diverse UAP intelligences – do not register in their minds as significant. However, if these aspects (still taboo) were presented integrally more people would open up to a comprehensive approach which not only includes consciousness and technology but also the reasons pertaining to the question of why.

For humanity to shift directions and stop destroying nature and itself it requires such an integrative, comprehensive approach to UAPS and UAP intelligences. We need to evolve in an unprecedented way beyond our xenophobic leanings to be able to see ourselves as one civilization capable of handling the upcoming technology.

The Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (FREE) focuses on a grass-roots disclosure which – by means of a scientific, international survey – validates the patterns which emerge from the anonymous testimonies of thousands of experiencers of contact with (so-called) “non-human intelligences.”

I think that FREE’s survey ought to be recognized for a more complete assessment and disclosure.

The multidimensional evidence about different aspects of humanity’s interaction with more technologically advanced intelligences related to UAPs should be carefully assembled. From credible pilots encountering these craft during military maneuvers to credible historical and individual encounters with the alleged pilots of UFOS or UAPs. Otherwise, our understanding will not be comprehensive enough and we will most likely remain holding on to a primitive, tribal approach… dividing our “UFO community” into camps and dismissing useful information; for instance giving credit to military-based revelations but not to thousands of contact experiences (or vice versa).

I don’t know if society at large has been “dumbed down” so much under corporate interests, selfish way of being, seeking easy answers or to blame “others” for pent-up frustrations that it will not be able to adapt to the situation but at least some people with critical thinking skills, world-centric (and not only nationalist) values, and an open mind should try to understand all of this comprehensively. Can it only be handled by the selfish and above the law?

For a careful and more responsible exopolitical response and strategy we really need to know WHO is behind the multiple types of contacts related to UFOs or UAPs. Moreover, we need to recognize that the personal dimension of contact relationships with these (physical, transdimensional and supra-physical) intelligences is actually taking place and that thousands of sincere, anonymous testimonies reveal patterns that we need to understand.

A link to the F.R.E.E. foundation working with experiencers is www.experiencer.com  FREE’s information + UFO research + contactee experiences and research + CE-5 events help us to get closer to the whole picture.

But by emphasizing only an introductory “we don’t know who they are” datum and even a “POTENTIAL threat” narrative (although technically correct and – perhaps – actually correct from a modern intelligence perspective), we (The People, political leaders and cultural-scientific leaders) will not be able to make adequate peace-enhancing exopolitical decisions. We will quite likely project an “us vs. them”, business-as-usual, xenophobic, primitive, tribal reaction. And under these impoverished cultural circumstances, we will need to trust the powerful making all the decisions perhaps under highly biased and simplistic ways.

While I don’t think that every member of TTSA has a fixated negative orientation regarding the – various – UAP intelligences, from previous declarations I’ve heard, Mr. De Longe seems to be bent on that emphasis. For instance, he mentioned something about nuking the bugs or so. Maybe he was told negative things about some of the UAP intelligences but, quite likely, only an emphasis on partial information.  Moreover, besides what information is initially coming out or being confirmed through TTSA, ufologists have been correct in different aspects of what is coming out and – historically speaking – many of them also emphasized that there also is a positive, in fact, benevolent side to the contact experience. Why would only a predatory expectation or an extrapolation from military human experience always have to be the credible or default position?

If some (or many) of the UAP intelligences manipulated (for good and ilth) our belief systems and even our genetic wherewithal that doesn’t instantly make them our enemies. That makes them more “parental” and it represents a complex relationship. If – besides FREE’s international survey – we carefully look into other historically reported two-way communications between these intelligences and persons around the world, we will find that – according to modern, conventional human standards – most of these entities do not mean us harm. Even abductions are better understood after some time. And the idea of there being more spiritually-inclined, yet also highly scientific “space-brothers” cannot be simply discarded because it doesn’t fit our current cynical ethos. I’ve known for decades of consistently benign contacts that also require serious working together for the benefit of humanity (and beyond) with some UAP intelligences.

Of course, through their technological power, UAP intelligences could POTENTIALLY harm us but for the most, this doesn’t appear to be their intention or modus operandi. They appear to have been here for centuries, even perhaps from the beginning of the human “experiment.” Perhaps we need to learn to work with a group of them and stay safely distant (unrelated) from another. We need to know. We need to know who is who. We need to make contact. We need to know the rules of engagement they operate with. Perhaps we simply forgot that we are them or that we are participants in a cosmic community. Both Sargeant Clifford Stone and Command Sargeant Robert Dean (whistleblowers with credentials) revealed the existence of many extraterrestrial species and a preponderance of well-intended, peace-loving extraterrestrials. Their credentials are authentic. We must learn to recognize credible whistleblowers. And we must learn not to attack these beings or force them to give us information or else, who is the ‘threat’? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwrp_Pxo_nc&t=871s

In the more consistent and genuine contact experiences within the contact group Mision Rahma there was information that Earth was being actively protected from the incursion of some negative extraterrestrial entities and entities that didn’t want the human experiment to continue (out of jealousy and because – in due time – we could become very dangerous in the universe). This would mean that only a FEW inimical extraterrestrials would get through or be allowed to operate. The latter would be allowed due to the fact that they could have been here before the quarantine. In other words, the whole picture is complex and there may be a balance of power even among the ETs coming to Earth for a long time. But we cannot evolve in wisdom by cavorting only to a xenophobic mentality.

Given that only a few cases of UAP/UFO encounters have been deleterious or violent in no uncertain terms (like the Colares incidents in Brazil and some military pilots that apparently disappeared), sure, the possibility of an actual threat (at least from some of the UAP intelligences) has to be considered. But we should try to develop and publicly present a BALANCED VIEW of what is going on! And – generally speaking – FREE’s survey is a very important contribution that ought to be studied for a comprehensive and more responsible assessment leading to well-informed, balanced political-exopolitical decisions! It may well be that some (or most) UAP intelligences protect as against others and this is why we haven’t been conquered or wiped out. We need to find out and -instead of projecting all ETs as a ‘threat’ – befriend those (possibly a majority) which are in favor of us.

I currently believe that – in spite of the (understandable) Military Industrial National Security Emphasis – members of TTSA are sincerely trying to benefit society. I also believe that they (or most of them) are not really informed about other secret research programs, USAPs such as the most advanced retro-engineering and actual contact and knowledge about different extraterrestrial-multi-reality species. This may be why they are able to truthfully state that they don’t know who the UAP intelligences are. But can they truthfully deny that “anti-gravity” vehicles have already been manufactured from a long-term research project originating in the 1940’s?

They want to legitimate UFOs and start a widespread social conversation and ascertain threat. But how can a threat assessment program (as AATIP) assess ‘threat’ if the who and why is not studied?

While there should be self-interest to produce more advanced weapons and to militarize space for defensive purposes on the part of the corporate MIC elite, thus favoring the narrative of a new potential enemy – the extraterrestrial – I don’t think that most TTSA members would simply follow this. After briefly meeting them in a few UFO conferences they came across as very honorable, well-intended and patriotic men. Not as men that would do anything simply to satisfy power and greed.

If some in the formal and secret governments really know that extraterrestrials have been on Earth (and perhaps even modified our genes) why would they want to present them mostly or predominantly as a threat?

Possible prehistoric observations with saucer-like craft depicted in the Peche Merle cave.

A 1943 UFO picture from the city of Huánuco, Peru

There seems to have been contacts even in prehistoric times and ongoing military-related research not only after the demise of Project Blue Book but on a more secret level at least since 1947. I believe that AATIP was a SAP (a Special Access Project) to provide assessments to political leaders and military in the “white world.” It was not (or is not under a new name) a USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Project) that probably worked more directly with UFO crashes, retro-engineering and extraterrestrial bodies.

Two Levels

We need to understand that there may be TWO LEVELS investigating UFOS/UAPS, their technology, implications and their intelligences. The deeper, more hand-on level would escape Government supervision and might be unconstitutional as Dr. Steven Greer has affirmed for years. Even personnel working in SAP-level projects like AATIP may not personally believe (or want to believe) about some of the details allegedly said to be going on in some of these USAPs (some of which are adopted by serious researchers falsely thought to be part of the “crazy fringe” and some are adopted with added disinformation by the true “crazy fringe”).

Thanks to a Facebook post by researcher Custodio Da Silva I was reminded that in a 2016 Huffington Post interview granted to investigative reporter Leslie Kean, Mr. Christopher Mellon responded as follows:

Leslie Kean (Q): “Some inside sources have proposed that retrieved hardware from a UFO may exist within a private aerospace company which has become independent from the DoD. In this way, it would be exempt from government oversight and known only to a few people. Do you think this is possible?

Christopher Mellon (A): “I find it hard to imagine something as explosive as recovered alien technology remaining under wraps for decades. So while I have no reason to believe there is any recovered alien technology, I will say this: If it were me, and I was trying to bury it deep, I’d take it outside government oversight entirely and place it in a compartment as a new entity within an existing defense company and manage it as what we call an “IRAD” or “Independent Research and Development Activity.”

LINK to the article: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/is-there-a-ufo-coverup-a_b_9865184?ncid=engmodushpmg00000003&fbclid=IwAR1OXING0VBNpJ4rDGlikyvSdGMBTI01oUYohjnVQ33KsCT44XfrEJnuJes

Thus, according to an expert in the inner workings of intelligence USAPS would work with or as IRADS.

But who is promoting (or approving) that the U.S. Government assists TTSA (whose members had and have clearances to work with certain SAPs) in bringing out (albeit gradually) more official, declassified information about UFOS/UAPS (and quite incipiently “UAP intelligences”) to the public? And why information related with the Pentagon confirms and subsequently denies some of what has come out? Is it standard intelligence procedure, like Grant Cameron says has been going on for decades, revealing but also leaving the door open for plausible deniability? It seems reasonable to me. In this case, this procedure would come from the formal – minimally supervised – SAP level, with some individuals partially aware of some of the USAP-level activities, a plausible reason why the Bennewitz MJ-12 papers (with genuine information) were released in the way that they were released…with the possibility of denial.

But who is promoting this simultaneous “managed” confirmation and disclosure? Patriotic senior level SAP managers worried that some USAPs are deleterious and out of control? The ETs themselves? Both? The fear that other nations may go at it first? Is it promoted by a cabal that wants to promote a fake alien invasion? Is it an internal decision from those that formally manage the information? Was the leak of the emails mentioned at the beginning of this article made by a rogue element that (as per his or her assessment) wants to speed up a more complete disclosure? Was he correct in leaking those emails? Have those emails been “doctored?”

There are allegedly leaked photos that suggest previous Navy detections of UAPs.

UFOs have been detected during the Navy’s military, practice maneuvers for a long time as in 1952 during Operation Mainbrace (Thanks to information shared by Mr. Dave C. Beatty). This suggests that these UFOS/UAPS are not an actual threat.  http://www.thinkaboutit-ufos.com/operation-mainbrace/?fbclid=IwAR2KAV9x2oyvBbNftvXlpYzJ5QVu4cFUFJ26lBRdHI7GIS4Nlev9EJetnCU

I think that when some TTSA members who participated in SAP programs sometimes basically say (about the intelligences behind UAPs) “we don’t know who they are” they are being honest because they may not have been ‘read into’ those more secretive compartmentalized USAP programs. The recently leaked email letters previously mentioned show people working in less secretly classified programs trying to find out more about more details from more strictly classified programs. Perhaps, as intelligent researcher and experiencer Melinda Leslie recently mentioned in a conference in MUFON Marin, Sonoma: (paraphrasing) elements of the white world of intelligence increasingly involved in a managed form of UFO-ET disclosure that extends for decades want to play more in the black (extremely covert, USAP, perhaps unsupervised) world of intelligence. They want to know what the latter knows and how they get their funding.  The link to her presentation and analysis is: https://mufonmarinsonoma.com/?page_id=50&fbclid=IwAR22OO93AFRcWMVOmnH712d4H_gCtHjq36DtmjjH3Ojms336PNdBGTdszlQ

Be as it may, even if TTSA naturally tends to present the issue in terms of a “threat” (and, naturally, maintain an alliance with the military world intelligence, aerospace industries and research labs related to the Government) in order to develop different projects like their announced gravity cancellation craft through their public company (while researching into issues like the negative health effects of some forms of UAP and ET contact), basically I think that these persons – TTSA members – are honorable people. As members of what should be called the “intelligence white world”, they are just part of an environment in which they are required to think like that.  However, I think that – in spite of their making UFOs and the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligences acceptable to “educated society” – the “threat” and military emphasis – while partially valid – should not dominate the entire social discourse and practical decision-making. As little as 5% of human -ET encounters may actually be ‘negative’.  Some of the non-ET encounters may even be MILAB and some may also be encounters with non-physical entities. We need to know with precision to make decisions. I certainly hope that the covert entity called “MAJIC” or Majority Joint Intelligence Committee (by Dr. Steven Greer) – if it exists – is not planning a fake ET invasion or “false flag” for an illicit cabal or power group (including some billionaires) to acquire more control based on fear, greed and not trusting humanity’s highest potentials. I certainly agree with former Canadian Minister of Defence the Honorable Paul Hellyer that this would be a terrible thing to do instead of taking advantage of the opportunity to peacefully relate with peace-loving advanced civilizations.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1Gd80LRCfI

The Hon. Paul Hellyer

After personally conversing with some TTSA members, I got the sense that all or most are very honorable, well-intended individuals although (simply due to their involvement with the national security culture) they may naturally tend to over-represent the “threat” aspect.  I think that through the efforts of honorable TTSA representatives the white (public, legitimate) world in which our continuously hyper-polarized politics exists and ‘us’ (the population in general) are becoming accustomed to the reality of UFOs and their intelligences. I certainly hope that they are not inadvertently playing into the hands of the alleged “cabal” or – worse – that any one of them is following orders (from those that supervise USAPS related with UAPs -in fact, multi-reality extraterrestrial vehicles –  and extraterrestrials) helping to prepare the way for a false “alien invasion.”

It is a complex issue indeed, but an issue in which the future of human freedom (and the evolution of a culture that can truly flourish under democracy) is at stake.

Seeing these TTSA members speaking openly in interviews, in the news, and in the History Channel is instrumental to begin confirming (and officially disclosing) to the world that ETs (or multi-reality, technologically advanced beings) are here. After more than 70 years of suppression and of a “truth embargo” (as Steve Bassett would say) that situation is thankfully welcomed. But an emphasis in an “us vs them” interpretation of the whole situation regarding the UAP intelligences may be the most deleterious thing that could happen, fixating large segments of the population into a tribal and classic, dichotomous stage of evolution; disabling the possibility of a non-dichotomous adaptation; a necessary evolutionary, cultural response that should emerge for humanity to handle our current perilous age of simultaneous disruption and connectivity along with a post-classical “UAP reality”…a reality that challenges several epistemological foundations cross-culturally, forcing us to come to terms with a much vast, inclusive reality and way of being.

Below is a link to a summary of the basic experiencer survey results which also needs to be studied and understood in order to know who we are dealing with. This and further contact studies have to be pursued rather than dismissed in a condescending way as “ufology”:  The link is for CHAPTER ONE OF the book “BEYOND UFOS” by the Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (FREE):

FREE is in the 5th year of administering the world’s first comprehensive, multilanguage, quantitative and qualitative, academic research study, administered on a
worldwide basis, on individuals that have had UAP (UFO) related contact experiences
with Non-Human Intelligence (NHI)– The FREE Experiencer Research Study. We
are conducting our study in 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Slovak
and very soon in Mandarin Chinese). We asked almost 700 quantitative questions for
our Phase 1-3 surveys and our Phase 3 qualitative survey is comprised of written
responses to 70 open-ended questions. We received more than 10,000 pages of
responses to these 70 open-ended questions from almost 1,400 participants in this
Phase 3 survey. For our English language surveys, we received more than 4,200
responses from respondents from over 110 countries. In our Spanish language survey,
we have received 770 responses and we have a separate Spanish speaking research
committee analyzing this data.

Richard Dolan Calls TTSA “Limited Disclosure That Marginalizes Serious UFO Info”

Richard Dolan spoke directly to the issue of limited disclosure and TTSA on his show yesterday.

Starting at around minute 45 he leads up to this quote:  “With initiatives like TTSA (we have) limited disclosure that’s
happening under very controlled circumstances while at the same time most of the UFO phenomena is being marginalized
even more by the mainstream.  This little bit of UAP activity…………..is being put out their as genuine!”  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nidz2VB28Ms

He and Tracy then make a key point:  rebranding UFO’s to UAPs is “making it safe for disclosure.”

This seems to me to be highly political:  Hillary and Podesta promote deLonge’s TTSA and the notion of UAPs which
is a form of X Protect as described by Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lXZMgMH6_c

Trump is arguably more attuned to the JFK approach of X Share with his plan to return to the Moon, his Space Force
proposal and the legacy of his Uncle John Trump’s access to Tesla’s files in 1943.  http://edy.rdz.mybluehost.me/exonews/trumps-space-force-full-disclosure/

This may be oversimplified.  But it gets real interesting when one looks at the Mueller investigation in depth as
has George Webb (who seems oblivious to the UFO issue).  Webb documents in enormous detail the Deep State
links of Mueller’s family to the Military Industrial Complex and weapons industry as well as to the WWII Paper Clip
scientists who ran NASA.

Webb brings us up to date on its modern embodiment…..what I call Paper Clip 2…that showed up as the Russiagate
scandal without him being aware of the direct links to the questions of Disclosure or the Secret Space Program.

The VERY Deep State is very deep indeed!  Even sincere folks who think they understand some of the vast corruption
embedded in the District of Criminals can be fooled into accepting partial truths rather than the having the whole swamp
drained.   http://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=94146

We can and must do better:  our future depends on it!

The US Government Just Admitted To Recovering Materials From UFOs

by Arjun Walia                May 24, 2018               (collective-evolution.com)

• In December 2017, the New York Times broke the story of a $22 million U.S. Department of Defense UFO research program called the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” headed by military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring. The New York Times article mentions that materials gathered from UFO crash sites were shipped off to Bigelow Aerospace for examination. One of the authors of the NY Times report, Ralph Blumenthal, stated that the UFO materials were “…some kind of compound that they don’t recognize.” The host of the UFO Congress, Alejandro Rojas claims that Elizondo said of this UFO material, “I can tell you it is not an alloy like the New York Times claims.” “Elizondo has told me it is a ‘meta-material’ with strange isotopic values indicating it is not from Earth.” Elizondo has also mentioned that these encounters with UFO crash sites have occurred hundreds of times.

• But there has been no follow up regarding these UFO materials that have allegedly been recovered. In fact, we’re not really sure where these objects are. It still seems that we’ve been given only a part of the story.

• Historian and ufologist, Richard Dolan suggests that the government and the media collude to give a part of the truth made to look like the complete truth. It is part of a tactic where the media will share some genuine information, but doesn’t follow-up on the details. Says Dolan, “So, it’s five months later, and we’re clearly not dealing with a serious effort by the mainstream media, for that reason alone… I have had information now, from a very good source, that, what they’ve recovered aren’t metal alloys, that they’re being described as meta-materials…a very different thing.”

• Unfortunately, most of our media is controlled by a very small group of people who insist on ignoring revelations regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial contact. “The establishment media will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they [are] absolutely pushed to the wall ,” says Dolan.

“Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after.” – Paul Hellyer, former Canadian defence minister.

First off, the fact that the official disclosure of Unidentified Flying Objects has happened is huge, and those who are avid researchers of the phenomenon saw this one coming. For years, we’ve experienced, as I’ve said many times before, an “official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” – Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter of the phenomenon. The establishment, in many ways, was responsible for the foolish articles that would constantly appear in mainstream media publications, absolutely ridiculing a topic that was and is actually quite real.

Today, we’ve seen a complete 180 degree switch. UFOs are no longer ridiculed by the mainstream, which should raise a serious eyebrow because very seldom does mainstream media share any sort of truth, especially when we’re talking about projects that rank among the most secretive in the world.

Unfortunately, most of our media is controlled by a very small group of people, and declassified documents alongside whistle-blower testimony has made this very clear. Intelligence agencies have close relationships with “every major wire service, newspaper, news weekly, and television network in the nation, this has helped us turn some ‘intelligence failure’ stories into ‘intelligence success’ stories.’ and has contributed to the accuracy of countless others.” This comes straight from a CIA document. Dr. Udo Ulfkotte, Sharyl Attkisson, Amber Lyon and many others have also provided many examples of what it’s like to work inside a media organization that’s dominated by government/corporate/deep state interests.

This is exactly why mainstream UFO disclosure is questionable, and there appears to be multiple things happening here. One is the fact that the phenomenon was so obvious for anybody who looked into it, from a research perspective. There was and has been more than ample evidence to show that the UFOs were and are real, that there are “objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy.” – Lord Admiral Hill Norton, Former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee

The statement below from Victor Marchetti, former special assistant to the Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, doesn’t seem to hold so true anymore, at least the last part.
“We have, indeed, been contacted — perhaps even visited — by extraterrestrial beings, and the US government, in collusion with the other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.”

One of the biggest mouthpieces for “the establishment,” The New York Times, admitted something that the establishment, or facets of it, have been concealing for years; UFOs are real.

The Times broke the story about a secret Pentagon program, but any UFO researcher knows these programs are more in-depth, expensive, and expansive than anything that’s described here.

According to the Times, “In the $600 billion annual Defense Department budgets, the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was almost impossible to find.”
Which was how the Pentagon wanted it.

For years, the program investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials, interviews with program participants and records obtained by The New York Times.  It was run by a military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, deep within the building’s maze.

The Defense Department has never before acknowledged the existence of the program, which it says it shut down in 2012. But its backers say that, while the Pentagon ended funding for the effort at that time, the program remains in existence. For the past five years, they say, officials with the program have continued to investigate episodes brought to them by service members, while also carrying out their other Defense Department duties.

What’s Missing From Mainstream UFO Disclosure

One interesting thing to note here, is the sharing of information and truth in order to lie. For example, the MK Ultra program, a CIA based mind-control program is a great example. This is because the evidence became so obvious that the U.S. government had no choice but to disclose the reality of it. Although they clearly did not share all, the public thought they did. The program had been declassified and thus, all of the questions and inquiries into the program stopped because apparently, the government released everything there is to know.

This is what we could be seeing with the UFO program. Prior to this disclosure, dozens of other governments had already done so themselves, and the field is loaded with a ton of credible witness testimony as well as various documents released via The Freedom of Information Act.

Now that the Pentagon has admitted to this program, does that mean the existence of UFOs has been disclosed, and that’s all there is to it? Are we seeing a clever way of releasing information, in order to conceal more important information, or is this really a slow disclosure initiative by the U.S. government? And if it is, why are they doing it?

“Why is the mainstream covering this story the way they are? I have been saying for years that the mainstream media, the establishment media, will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they would be absolutely pushed to the wall and then do something…So the question is, what is going on here?…If they’re the voice of the establishment (mainstream media), then why have the establishment elected to put this story out?” – historian Richard Dolan, one of the most prominent thinkers of our time. He’s also one of the world’s leading researchers on the topic of UFO’s.

Richard goes on to explain, in the lecture linked below, that this is simply a tidbit of truth that’s been made to look like the complete truth. It brings up a number of key things that have been ignored by mainstream media regarding the recent UFO disclosure, which is being addressed through the To The Stars Academy.

“The best way to keep a secret is you pretend to share it, you give some information out, some genuine information, which they did, there were some significant revelations here, significant admissions, and much that was not followed up…” – Dolan

Bill Tompkins, Richard Dolan & the Future of UFOLOGY

By Rich Scheck

The sudden death of Bill Tompkins on the day of the total solar eclipse provides a
fitting moment to evaluate the current state of UFOLOGY.

The on-going controversy surrounding the bona fides of those like Corey Goode
and Andrew Basiago claiming to be part of the Secret Space Program’s (SSP) 20 and
back Operation Pegasus is a major concern to many in the Disclosure Movement.

Richard Dolan, Bill Ryan and others have essentially demanded more concrete evidence
in support of such claims of participation before they can sign off on their legitimacy and
relevance to UFOLOGY.

Michael Salla has attempted to address the Dolan group’s concerns and has been a
strong voice championing them through his many articles covering various aspects of
Goode’s account.

His confidence in their legitimacy has been fundamentally bolstered by the work of Bill
Tompkins who spent the last 2 years of his life sharing his extraordinary experiences
during a long life that appears to include a major role with the Navy’s SSP.

As the well respected historian of the SSP and the inventor of the term Breakaway
Civilization, Dolan’s low comfort level with the Goode/Salla/Tompkins position has
had an impact on the Disclosure community that remains unresolved.

His dissatisfaction with Tompkins book which he refused to publish because he thought
it was poorly written does not refute what appears to be clear evidence that the former
Navy ship designer was indeed part of the SSP.

Bill’s extensive interviews on the Jeff Rense show are fully archived and available for
evaluation by everyone interested in this topic.  Having listened to him many times on
Rense, I was convinced he was speaking honestly about his role.  The combination of
humility, humor, intelligence and thorough knowledge of the material lent considerable
strength to his claims.

Now Bill has moved on with his dramatic transition on the day of The Great American
Eclipse.  Whether that is just some cosmic coincidence and/or his way of confirming
he was the real deal remains to be seen.

It would behoove those in leadership roles like Salla and Dolan as well as Stephen
Greer, Paola Harris, Steve Bassett, Grant Cameron and others to bring some degree
of closure to this issue in the spirit of enhancing the future of UFOLOGY and the
Disclosure Movement.

What that looks like and how it is achieved remains to be seen.  But resolve it they
must at the risk of undermining an important discussion in modern life.  It would also
be a fitting testament to the memory of Tompkins, the recently departed Jim Marrs
and the countless truth seekers among us who have labored long and hard in the
UFOLOGY arena.
