• Beginning in the 1950’s, the FBI and the CIA closely kept their eye on UFO-themed researchers, groups and abductees such as George Adamski, Truman Bethurum, George Van Tassel, and Frank Stranges. They seemed more interested in their possible ties to communism than their UFO experiences. In 1950’s England, the British Police Force’s Special Branch secretly watched the Aetherius Society, but not for their beliefs in aliens or UFOs, but because of their opposition to atomic weapons.
• A CIA document dated February 9, 1953 reveals that an agent infiltrated a meeting of the California Committee for Saucer Investigations (CSI) in L.A. where Dr. Walter Riedel, the former Chief Designer at the German Experimental Rocket Center at Peenemunde who came to the U.S. as a ‘paperclip’ scientist spoke. Reidel was now a project engineer in the Aerophysics Department of the North American Aviation Corp. “He [Reidel] gave every impression of being a competent scientist, especially knowledgeable on rocket matters. He seemed a balanced person, not given to fixations.”
• The CIA document goes on to say that the CSI had received some 1570 letters relating to reported UFO sightings. The agent was impressed at how thorough they conducted their investigations, considering only a small fraction of sightings to be actual unexplained UFOs. Those are forwarded to Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio.
• Dr. Riedel even indicated the CSI planned to perpetrate a ‘hoax’ UFO sighting over Malibu in front of thousands of people in order to gauge public reaction and response. “This experiment is designed to give a better background against which future sightings can be evaluated.” This hoax may have occurred in late January 1953.
• The CIA agent also reported that the CSI monitored the Russian newspaper, PRAVDA, and that a CSI associate, George P. Sutton, also of Aerophysics Department in North American Aviation, Inc., gave a presentation before the American Rocket Society in New York City on December 4, 1952 entitled ‘Rockets Behind the Iron Curtain.’
• Of incidental interest, the National Aeronautical Association politely suggested to Dr. Riedel that he disassociate himself with the California Committee for Saucer Investigations.
That’s a question I’m often asked, mainly because of my interest in the Men in Black mystery. Although there is no doubt in my mind that the vast majority of all MIB encounters are of a paranormal nature, at least a small number are connected to government agencies. Indeed, there is hard evidence showing that UFO-themed researchers and groups have been watched – and at times watched closely. For example, the FBI has released its files on many of the Contactees of the 1950s, such as George Adamski, Truman Bethurum, George Van Tassel, and Frank Stranges. It’s important to note, though, that the UFO aspects of the investigations were secondary; sometimes, even further down the line than that. Issues relative to politics and communism were far more pressing, from the FBI’s perspective. In the U.K., in the late 1950s, the Aetherius Society was secretly watched by the British Police Force’s Special Branch. Not for their beliefs in aliens or UFOs, though, but because of their stance on atomic weapons.

With that all said, it’s time now to take a look at one of the earliest UFO research groups that was watched by the CIA: the Civilian Saucer Investigation (although in some of the CIA’s papers on the CSI, it’s incorrectly referred to as the California Committee for Saucer Investigation). A CIA document of February 9, 1953 begins as follows (you can find the document at this CIA link):
“1. Recently a member of the Los Angeles Office had occasion to hear Dr. Walter Riedel tell something of the activities of the California Committee for Saucer Investigations (CSI). • There is a government within the government, and many within this ‘political game’ are well aware of it. Greg Hunter of USAwatchdog.com interviews Shipp (see 25:53 minute video below) about what’s currently happening within U.S., global politics, and the Deep State.
• In the video, Shipp goes into detail about a coup in the US government that attempted to hijack the 2016 Presidential election to install the Deep State’s puppet candidate, Hillary Clinton, and to create a one-party political system. This stems not from a corrupted bureaucracy, but from an elite and all-powerful corporatocracy controlling the government. The Deep State responded to Trump’s upset election victory by blaming the Russia for Hillary’s loss and censorship of independent non corporate/government sponsored media’s “fake news”.
• According to Shipp, Donald Trump is an outsider and not part of the Deep State. His administration is now at war with the Deep State bureaucrats embedded within the government. “We have a coup within our government right now at the senior levels at the CIA, DOJ and the FBI attempting to unseat a duly elected President,” said Shipp.
• Never before has the idea of a shadowy ‘Deep State’ government been acknowledged by the mainstream and by global politicians/academicians around the world. It’s no longer taboo to talk about these things without automatically being labeled as a “conspiracy theory”. We find ourselves now going through a major transition. Above are the words of Kevin Shipp, a former CIA officer turned whistleblower who is and has been, exposing what seems to be the rhetoric of various other whistleblowers like Thomas Drake, William Binney, Sibel Edmunds, Edward Snowden and more. We need people like this, especially as more and more people realize there is not much truth or substance that comes from mainstream media. The picture always seems to be painted a certain way to benefit a small group of powerful people, these are the people that Shipp is referring to.

Shipp goes into detail about a coup within U.S. politics that’s been underway since 2006, with the objective to overthrow America and destroy the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. James Comey is also discussed, and is referred to as a puppet for the likes of Hillary Clinton, Robert Mueller, and more…

Before You Listen To The Interview, Something To Keep In Mind
Before you listen to the interview, there are a few important things to consider when discussing this topic. The main one is to always keep in mind what’s really happened within the U.S government. It’s far from a democracy, more like a corporatocracy, and in the words of Theodore Roosevelt, “behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to befoul the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day.”
There is a power that has risen up which controls the U.S. government, and now more than ever it’s there for us to see. Especially with the events that have transpired in Syria, everything that’s happening in the U.S., 9/11, and what seems to be a massive propaganda campaign about what is going on overseas and in Iran. Furthermore, blaming Russia for Hillary Clinton’s loss and more, a slew of fake news has hit mainstream media and it has coincided with the censorship of independent non corporate/government sponsored media, like Collective Evolution.
The answer to fake news is not more censorship, it’s more transparency. We don’t need government, or the Deep State to step in and decide what’s real and not for the people.
Never before has there been such an awakening, never before has the idea of the ‘Deep State’ government, a shadowy government, been acknowledged by the mainstream and by global politicians/academicians around the world. It’s no longer taboo to talk about these things, and mention them, but every now and then you still get the “conspiracy theory” response, simply because the information conflicts with mainstream beliefs.

• If you told somebody ten years ago that there existed some sort of secret group or “secret government” pulling the strings behind the scenes of government policy, international law, various global rules/regulations, and more, they would have called you a “conspiracy theorist.” Today things have changed, largely as a result of information leaked by Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, and various other whistleblowers and activists in recent years. Their bravery has shed light on the world of secrecy that’s been blinding the masses since its inception. Here are some historic political leaders who have attempted to reveal the existence of a secret ‘shadow government’ to the people.
• Paul Hellyer – In September 2005, former Canadian Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer, became the first person of cabinet rank in the G8 group of countries to state unequivocally that “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead.” Hellyer also pointed out that while the U.S. was waging monstrously expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, thousands of billions of dollars were spent on projects about which both the Congress and the President have been kept deliberately in the dark.
• Woodrow Wilson – The 28th president of the United States, Woodrow Wilson once stated, “Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.
• John F. Kennedy – The 35th President of the United States, JFK warned that “there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. …[W]e are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. • John C. Calhoun – The 7th Vice President of the United States, from 1825-1832, John C. Calhoun said, “A power has risen up in the government greater than the people themselves, consisting of many, and various, and powerful interests, combined into one mass, and held together by the cohesive power of the vast surplus in the banks.”
• John F. Hylan – John Hylan, the Mayor of New York City from 1918-1925, said “The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation … The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties … [and] control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country.

• Daniel K. Inouye – The highest ranking Asian-American politician in US history, serving from 1963 until his death in 2012, Senator Daniel Inouye stated, “There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.”
• Dwight D. Eisenhower – In his farewell address to the nation, the 34th President Dwight Eisenhower offered these words of caution, “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. … Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defence with our peaceful message and goals.
• Theodore Roosevelt – The 26th President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt warned, “[I]nstruments to promote the general welfare, they have become the tools of corrupt interests which use them in martialing to serve their selfish purposes. Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility.

I’ve mentioned this before, and I’ll mention it again, did you know that the U.S. Government classifies more than 500 million pages of documents each year? Did you know that the United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret? For example, the National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, but its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, it was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years. Then we have the entire black budget world, a world dominated by secrecy that was officially revealed by Edward Snowden a couple of years ago. This deals with what are known as “Special Access Programs.”
It’s not just statements that these “high-level” people are making. It’s all of the proof and evidence that goes along with it.
Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer
Former Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer, is one of Canada’s best known and most controversial politicians. He was first elected in 1949, and was the youngest cabinet minister appointed to Louis S. St. Laurent’s government eight years later. He held senior posts in the governments of Lester B. Pearson and Pierre E. Trudeau. He achieved the rank of senior master (Deputy Prime Minister), and went on to become the Canadian Defence Minister. He is best known for the unification of the Canadian Armed Forces, and in September 2005 he became the first person of cabinet rank in the G8 group of countries to state unequivocally that “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead.”
Here’s what he had to say about the world of secrecy:

Woodrow Wilson, an American academic, politician, and the 28th president of the United States, had this to say (among other things) in his book The New Freedom. The book also contains several other, similarly eye-opening statements:

• In 1997, Britain’s DI55 “Defence Intelligence” embarked on a campaign to absolve the Ministry of Defence of responsibility for investigating UFO sightings. A report obtained through a Freedom of Information request by David Clarke, a research fellow and lecturer in journalism at Sheffield Hallam University, shows that the MoD was motivated by “The increasing media attention given to this subject in recent months [which] has almost doubled the work of the desk officers involved to the detriment of other tasks more directly relevant to the work of the branch.” It was now time to “reappraise the situation” and clarify DIS’s role in the issue.
• What becomes clear from the FOIA files is a fear among officials of further inciting UFO-mania. “We need to be very careful about expanding ‘UFO’ business and thereby sending the public a misleading message about the extent of the MoD’s interest,” says one memo.
• The report was completed in 2000 and duly discounted alien spaceships over the UK, giving DI55 the grounds it needed to no longer accept reports of UFO sightings. Then Defence Intelligence destroyed the files on which the report was based, including the analysis database. The MoD closed its UFO desk in 2009 after it was decided it served no defense purpose and that it took staff away from more valuable defense-related activities.
• The study replaced one mystery with another after its author determined that the UFO sightings were a result of unexplained plasma formations in the atmosphere.
It was 1997, the 50th anniversary of the suspected flying saucer crash at Roswell in New Mexico, and the heyday of the paranormal mystery series The X-Files. The English-speaking world was gripped by UFO-mania. But what seemed a delightful mystery to some was becoming a headache for the spooks at Britain’s Defence Intelligence Staff.
Analysts at the DI55 office, the department lumbered with the UFO brief, were being peppered with requests from ufologists – and even parliamentary questions – for information on flying saucers, taking up time they felt would be better spent on terrestrial defence matters. So top brass decided to undertake a definitive study of the unit’s collection of reported UFO sightings to establish, once and for all, whether there was anything in them.
Previously unseen documents reveal that, far from being an objective study into the possibility of extraterrestrial visitors, the report was intended from the start to absolve the Ministry of Defence of responsibility for investigating sightings. Messages between officials at DIS and the contractor carrying out the research show that it focused from the outset only “on the possible threat to the UK [from hostile foreign powers] and technology acquisition” and not “X-Files activities such as alien abductions”. A separate memo says: “It shouldn’t be driven by a UFO thesis.”

The documents show the deliberations behind the research, which began in 1997 and collated the previous decade’s worth of UFO sightings – known in the technical jargon of DIS as unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) – in a database. The identities of all the officers involved in the conversation, which lasted several years, are redacted. Many other excerpts are blacked out, with exemptions cited including risks to national security and international relations.

• YouTube channel UFOmania has posted a video that claims senior Navy and other top American military personnel are secretly meeting with extraterrestrial beings including the ‘Greys’ from the Zeta Reticuli star system. These extraterrestrials are known as “the controllers”. These claims are based on information from three sources, who were interviewed by ExoNews/ExoPolitics.org founder, Dr Michael Salla. (see 4:54 minute video below) According to the video, the controller ETs are plotting to create a “humanoid” race that will be “placed on earth in the near future”.
• There have also been a series of top secret meetings at the United Nations and at the Johnston Atoll, a US territorial island near Hawaii where UFOs and aliens have been discussed.
• In addition, Emery Smith, a black project whistleblower who claims to have worked in a deep underground biological facility located in the US, says that work is taking place on extraterrestrial technology harvested from alien beings and their crashed or captured spaceships. Smith says that ET flying saucers are mostly “organic and linked to the driver”. The ET craft can be “infused with life and intelligence” and “change shape”. Smith says that ET technology is thousands of years ahead or our own, and is being suppressed from public knowledge. YouTube channel UFOmania has posted a video that makes a number of astonishing allegations about regular contact between top American military figures and extraterrestrials.
These claims are based on information from three sources, who are said to have been interviewed by Dr Michael Salla, an expert on international politics and US foreign policy.
Dr Salla concluded that a secret programme of meetings is under way involving senior US military navy officers and other military personnel with one or more extra terrestrial civilisations, according to the video.
Bizarre claims state the meetings have involved a number of ET groups, including the “greys” that are typically depicted in pop culture.
The extraterrestrials are said to be nicknamed the “controllers”.
UFOmania also claims one race involved comes from the Zeta Reticuli star system, which has long been associated with alien mythology after the abduction of Betty and Barney Hill in 1961.
Betty drew a star map of the alien’s home, which appeared similar to Zeta Reticuli, after she claimed to have seen it on a spaceship.
The aliens are plotting to create a “humanoid” race that will be “placed on earth in the near future”, according to the video.

• Mr Pope noted that the files have been sent backwards and forwards between the MoD and the British National Archives at least twice, adding to people’s suspicions. “A lot of people think the government is covering up the truth about UFOs, and this unfortunate situation is only adding fuel to the fire with regard to these conspiracy theories.”
• Mr Pope added that while he and his colleagues took the issue of UFOs seriously, they were often forced to ‘spin’ the subject for the media, ‘disingenuously stating that the subject was of “no defence significance”‘.

• Maurene Morgan, the Section Director for the Washington State Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), recently spoke on the topic of “Unraveling A Mystery: UFOs and ETs in Ancient Art”. Morgan presented artwork from different parts of the world and different time periods that showed recurring motifs. Morgan showed a series of images of ancient statutes of people depicted with goggles, flat and concave faces. Sometimes they are depicted as astronauts or reptilian beings. These images are from disparate civilizations that should not have contact with each other. “Ancient art has something to say about our origin,” Morgan said, and that the only common theme and explanation for this was an “alien presence in human affairs.”
• Morgan’s belief in extraterrestrials and UFOs stems from her skepticism of how the human story has been portrayed. There is still no understanding about how life began. “The reality we are given is a culturally constructed one to basically keep us dumb and happy,” said Morgan. “We have this real ego thing. ‘We’re the most intelligent species in the universe.’ Well what if we find out we’re a hologram or a ‘Sims’ game?” “What if we do find out we’re ‘owned’ by somebody and we’re being genetically harvested or souls harvested or something like that. There is evidence for all of these.”
• Morgan denied an audience member’s argument that there are no recent accounts of extraterrestrials, and that the physical evidence seems to diminish as technology increases. Since taking over as State Director last June, she has received 140 reports of sightings or about 30 each month. “I’m pretty sure this stuff is still happening,” Morgan said.
• In conclusion, Morgan stated, “There’s vast areas of disagreement.” “These are areas where academics don’t even want to go. [By addressing these controversial topics] you can just about guarantee that you are never going to get your thesis ever approved. You’re never going to get a job. “Put all your preconceived notions aside, open up your brain, take this information in and let your mind go where it wants to go,” Morgan said.
Morgan, the Washington State Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) state section director, took artwork from different parts of the world, from different time periods, and showed recurring motifs in it. The presentation aimed to prove that the only common theme and explanation for this was outside influence.

The presentation was sponsored by Centralia College, Timberland Regional Library and McMenamins as a lead up to the 19th Annual McMenamins UFO Festival, which takes place next month in McMinnville, Oregon.
Morgan began by saying she was “making a case for alien presence in human affairs.” She noted that there is still no agreement for how life began, and there are seven main theories among mainstream scientists.
Morgan’s belief in extraterrestrials and UFOs doesn’t seem to stem from a willingness to accept any idea, but rather, extreme skepticism of how humanity has chosen to write its story.
“The reality we are given is a culturally constructed one to basically keep us dumb and happy, particularly if what’s happening isn’t necessarily for our benefit,” Morgan divulged after the presentation.
“What if we do find out we’re ‘owned’ by somebody and we’re being genetically harvested or souls harvested or something like that. We have this real ego thing. ‘We’re the most intelligent species in the universe.’ Well what if we find out we’re a hologram or a sims game? There is evidence for all of these.”
Morgan, who spent five years sailing around the world from 1978 until 1983, spent a good portion of her presentation discussing the Marquesas Islands, a group of volcanic islands in French Polynesia.
Morgan showed stark contrasts between statues she described as “intimate family portraits” and statues with “piggy faces,” both found in the Marquesas. The latter feature is found in various places all over the world.
“There must be a common source for that motif,” Morgan said. “Either these are self portraits, or the people are depicting something they see in their environment.”
Morgan showed a plethora of images where people depicted goggles, flat and concave faces and reptilian beings. Many of the images were from disparate parts of the world, from civilizations that should not have had contact with each other.

Carol and I have worked on the Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, attached for your convenience.
In the email, he mentions Carol Rosin, who was the first female corporate manager of Fairchild Industries. A space and missile defence consultant who has worked with various corporations, government departments, and intelligence communities, she worked closely with Wernher Von Braun shortly before his death, specifically on the subject of space-based weapons. She also founded the Institute for Security Cooperation in Outer Space.
Below is a very telling interview with Carol that was conducted by Dr. Steven Greer, founder of The Disclosure Project. Greer accompanied Dr. Edgar Mitchell in all his communications and meetings with the Pentagon and has been instrumental in bringing forth hundreds of military whistleblowers of all ranks, with verified credentials and backgrounds, to share what they’ve learned about this phenomenon through their work.
In the interview, she brings up the idea of a false flag alien threat. The term ‘false flag’ describes covert operations that are designed to be misleading, to make it appear as though events are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.

• On February 24/25, 1942, just a couple of months after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii which brought the United States into WWII, a UFO was spotted hovering in the sky over Los Angeles, slowly drifting southward along the coastline over Culver City and Santa Monica. The military illuminated the UFO with searchlights and began firing shots at it in the late evening of February 24th. (Actual photograph of the incident above.) This continued for several hours well into the early morning of February 25th.
• Ufologist Jason Gleaves recently published a book entitled UFO PHOTO presenting his research on the UFO “attack” (also known as “The Battle of LA”). Gleaves says that “The US Army started its constant non-stop bombardment firing thousands of artillery rounds at the unknown object, all to no avail.” The Coast Artillery Brigade began firing .50 calibre machine guns and 12.8-pound anti-aircraft shells at the reported unidentified object; over 1,400 shells would eventually be fired at the object in total. “The unknown object eventually moved at a steady speed over nearby Long Beach and vanished out of view over the Palos Verdes hills as the guns finally fell silent.”
• Several buildings and vehicles were severely damaged by falling shell fragments. Five civilians died as an indirect result of the anti-aircraft fire: three killed in car accidents in the ensuing chaos and two of heart attacks attributed to the stress of the action.
• The American coastal forces initially thought they were under attack from the Japanese Air Force or the German Luftwaffe, said Gleaves. “Little did they know the object could have possibly come from a more far distant place, maybe out of this world.”
• The incident made front-page news on the West Coast. Then the Secretary of the Navy, Frank Knox, officially called it a ‘false alarm’ despite thousands of witnesses who saw something very real. Later, the United States Coast Artillery Association would identify the unknown object as a meteorological balloon. In 1983, the U.S. Office of Air Force History attributed the incident to a case of ‘war nerves’ triggered by a report of a lost rogue weather balloon.
• [Editor’s Note] Insiders claim that two UFO craft were actually shot down. The Navy recovered one of them at sea, and the Army recovered the other inland. It is surmised that they were taken to Wright Field Army Air Corps Base near Dayton, Ohio (now Wright-Patterson Air Force Base)
A huge illuminated UFO was fired at by the US military for several hours as the craft hovered over Los Angeles, but the case was covered up, it has been claimed. The unknown object appeared moving slowly over the California skyline in Culver City and Santa Monica, according to UFO expert Jason Gleaves.
He has analysed a photograph of the bizarre event, that he suggests was then covered up by officials, who explained it away as a weather balloon.
Mr Gleaves research has been published in the book UFO PHOTO, published by Flying Disk Press. He said: “The US Army started its constant non-stop bombardment firing thousands of artillery rounds at the unknown object, all to no avail.
“The first shots rang out starting late evening on February 24 and continued well into the early hours of the 25th.
“At 3.16am the 37th Coast Artillery Brigade began firing .50 calibre machine guns and 12.8-pound anti-aircraft shells at the reported unidentified object; over 1,400 shells would eventually be fired at the object in total.
“US Air Force pilots of the 4th Interceptor Command Squadron were alerted and put on standby but their aircraft remained grounded.
“The artillery fire continued sporadically until 4.14am when the ‘all clear’ was finally sounded and the total blackout order lifted at 7.21am.
“Several buildings and vehicles were severely damaged by falling shell fragments and five civilians died as an indirect result of the anti-aircraft fire: three killed in car accidents in the ensuing chaos and two of heart attacks attributed to the stress of the action.
“Considering the duration which elapsed and thousands of people who witnessed the unforgettable event there aren’t many clear quality photographs available to analyse.
“The one true detailed image available had been taken at the time by a newspaper photographer working for the Los Angeles Examiner.”
The UFO expert looked at this photograph in detail for the book.
He said: “Upon analysing the best quality image available in more detail using up-to-date digital enhancement software, it brings to life and enhances the never seen before detail of the object revealing its in-depth features surrounding the structure, which importantly raise more questions as to its original origin.
“The photograph of the initial incident was taken over the Los Angeles area at night over an estimated area of five miles.

• The “Deep State” shadow government refers to the deeply embedded career government officials who reside primarily within the national security, intelligence and law enforcement agencies who have created laws that enable them to stay hidden while making important governmental decisions in secret, above elected officials such as Congressmen or even the President of the United States who exist only to maintain the illusion of democracy.
• The Deep State began in the 1700’s with the Rothschild banking dynasty. By the early 1800’s they had gained control over the emerging industrial revolution through banking and marital relationships throughout Europe. In the late 1800’s, the Deep State infiltrated the American industrialists, who gained control over the U.S. federal and state governments. Theodore Roosevelt described it as an “unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics”.
• By the early 1900’s these bankers and industrialists secretly created the centralized banking system known as the Federal Reserve, controlling the largest banks of America and Europe. President Woodrow Wilson revealed at the time, “there is a power… so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”
• By the 1930’s, the Deep State controlled the banking industry. A decorated and popular WWI war hero was General Smedley Butler who dedicated his post military career to exposing the Deep State. As a commissioned Army officer, said Butler, “I spent most of my time being a high class muscle-man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.”
• A primary American Deep State family, the Rockefellers, gained control over practically every American industry, including banking, health/medicine, oil, and food production. The Carnegie and Rockefeller foundations began to alter university medical curricula to reflect a greater focus on pharmaceuticals, so they could increase their profits and make the drug industry the main focus of modern day healthcare by lobbying Congress through the heavily compromised American Medical Association. For instance, other countries prohibit the advertising of drugs while it is prevalent in America. Today, Big Pharma spends upwards of $270 million annually on lobbying.
• After World War II, the Deep State turned its focus on the U.S. military and the corporate defense industry, which Eisenhower termed the ‘military industrial complex’ when he warned the American people of the potential for the “disastrous rise of misplaced power” as he left the Presidency. As a result, the Pentagon, along with their private defense contractors, became immune to the rule of law and accumulated vast technologies and wealth. These advanced technologies were kept hidden from the mass population as either privately-owned by defense contractors or by using the time-worn excuse of a ‘threat to national security’. And despite ‘misplacing’ trillions upon trillions of dollars of public funding, the Pentagon has never been audited.
• Post WWII America also saw the rise of the highly secretive intelligence community spearheaded by the CIA and completely controlled by Deep State career officials. In the 1950’s, the CIA created Project Mockingbird to influence and control the information given to the public by mainstream journalists and news outlets. It also ensured that the Deep State itself was kept secret from the public. All of the five main global media corporations are influenced by the Rothschild and Rockefeller families. Amber Lyon, a CNN journalist, went on record stating that mainstream media outlets are routinely paid by the U.S. government as well as by foreign governments to selectively report and manipulate information on specific events, giving the Deep State editorial control over mainstream media content in both America and Europe.
• By the early 1960’s, President John F. Kennedy stated that we are living in “a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.” Kennedy went on to say that “its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.”
• After JFK, the Deep State aimed to control politics itself. The Rockefellers helped to establish the United Nations. Politicians were put in place to control both American and European legislatures who would advance the Deep State agenda, which is to control industrial production and to reap the corporate profits derived from it. The shadow government routinely manipulates legislation through Deep State organizations like the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). Funded by global corporations such as Exxon Mobil ALEC is a conservative group of state legislators and corporate leaders that allows corporations to literally write legislation. ALEC has played a crucial role in influencing laws surrounding gun control, the prison system, voting laws, environmental policies, minimum wage, and more. ALEC-backed legislation is not created for the people, but rather, is designed so corporations can increase their profits and create loop holes in the law to specifically benefit them. • The Deep State controls the food industry through corporations such as Monsanto. Public health laws are based on false health and environmental safety data. The government subsidizes the meat and dairy industries, foods that cause cancer, heart disease, obesity, and many more health problems, by $38 billion annually. Fruits and vegetable production is subsidized at only 0.04% of that amount.
• While Wall Street, Big Oil, and Big Pharma are all incredibly profitable, the most profitable Deep State business by far is perpetual war. The shadow government will stage false flag terrorist attacks to justify the infiltration of a foreign country for its own purposes, whether it be to increase the money suppy, oil production, or pharmaceutical sales. The false flag is designed to create a necessary villain to heighten a national state of fear in order to solidify their pro-war legislation and control the masses. People don’t question terrorist bills and lax surveillance laws because they’re implemented in the name of “national security.”
• The end result of this steady growth of the Deep State has been the creation of a New World Order controlled by a globalist elite. This shadow government has effectively stripped the people of their rights and covered most of the world with U.S. military bases to enforce the will of big banks and multi-national corporations. But it doesn’t stop there. Daniel K. Inouye, a U.S. Senator from 1963 to 2012, stated, “There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.”

What Do “Shadow Government” and “Deep State” Mean?
Shadow government and deep state are both political terms in a sense, as they’re used to define the groups of people who control the U.S. government. I’m not referring to the people within political parties that perceivably control the system — not the Presidents or Congress — but the individuals and the companies who control the government and influence policies and decisions.
The very definition of the shadow government lies within the term itself; it’s the real government entity that hides within the shadows, making all of the important decisions in secret. Their political agenda and true motives are completely hidden from the public. These aren’t the people you see on mainstream media, nor are they the people you vote for; they’re the individuals who lurk in the shadows, which is precisely how they’re able to maintain control over the population, feeding the illusion of democracy.
The term deep state refers to “a state within a state,” a group of people who have so much control inside of a state that they don’t actually have to abide by the same laws, largely because they’re the ones creating them. The deep state can even include elements of the government, including the Pentagon, which has acted immune to many laws. Up until this year, for instance, they had never been audited, despite the fact that this is illegal and an astounding $10 trillion in tax payer money had gone completely unaccounted for since 1996.
According to an in-depth report by journalist Mike Lofgren:
The Deep State does not consist of the entire government. It is a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies: the Department of Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Justice Department. I also include the Department of the Treasury because of its jurisdiction over financial flows, its enforcement of international sanctions and its organic symbiosis with Wall Street.
Numerous politicians have publicly discussed the people who secretly control the U.S. political system, and are creating laws and bending them.
As John F. Hylan, former Mayor of New York City, explained:
The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation . . . The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties . . . [and] control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country. They use the columns of these papers to club into submission or drive out of office public officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible government. It operates under cover of a self-created screen [and] seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.
Senator Daniel K. Inouye, a high ranking Asian-American politician, has also stated: “There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.”
Theodore Roosevelt, former President of the United States, stated:
Political parties exist to secure responsible government and to execute the will of the people. From these great tasks both of the old parties have turned aside. Instead of instruments to promote the general welfare they have become the tools of corrupt interests, which use them impartially to serve their selfish purposes. Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to dissolve the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics, is the first task of the statesmanship of the day.
When former President Eisenhower coined the term “Military Industrial Complex,” his main concern was the potential for the “disastrous rise of misplaced power.” After him, former President John F Kennedy (JFK) warned citizens that we are living in “a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.” He went on to state that “its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumour is printed, no secret is revealed.”
Even before both of these two, former U.S. President Woodrow Wilson revealed:

Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.
Who Is a Part of the Shadow Government and the Deep State?
Since the shadow government and the deep state are fairly broad terms to define the people and the corporations that control the government, they include a lot of people and a lot of corporations.
To begin, the shadow government includes billionaire families like the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds. The Rothschilds became very wealthy in the 1700s off the banking system, and then spread out all over Europe, gaining more power through other industries. The family also has strategic marital ties to big names such as Du Pont, Hilton, and Guinness. However, the Rothschilds are most well-known for their control over the American Federal Reserve Bank, though they own countless big banks all over the world.
The Rockefellers have their hands in practically every industry, including banking, health, oil, food, and more. Over a century ago, the Carnegie and Rockefeller foundations began to alter university medical curricula to reflect a greater focus on pharmaceuticals so they could increase their profits. They put their money into drug-based research and made that the main focus of modern day healthcare.
Since then, the Rockefellers and banking elite have been able to control and profit from the drug industry. The AMA, the largest association of physicians in the U.S., enforces the drug-treatment paradigm by heavily lobbying Congress and publishing one of the most influential journals, JAMA, which is largely funded by pharmaceutical advertisers.
Mainstream media networks are owned by fewer than five multinational corporations, and all of these corporations have ties to the Rothschild and Rockefeller families. The Rockefellers were also involved in the creation of the United Nations (UN). This may not raise red flags to those who aren’t familiar with the Rockefeller family, but consider this: The UN was created in 1945 as a result of World War 2. In practically every global conflict, something is created out of that conflict to give the illusion that whatever is created will solve it. Have you ever thought that the people who created the conflict are doing so they can propose the solution in order to manipulate the population and gain further power?
George Soros is another key member of the shadow government, disguised as a philanthropic billionaire. His donations seem heartfelt and meaningful, but if you look a little closer, you’ll realize that every donation he makes has an ulterior motive behind it, helping to secure his control over the political landscape and in turn profit from it. Similar to the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds, he has secured his political control all over the U.S. and in other places like Europe and holds many strategic investments, including in the DNC and in organizations that support the DNC.
Many large corporations fall into the shadow government as well. SONY is one of these corporations, as the CIA and the government have strong ties to the movie industry. In a statement made last year, Wikileaks wrote: “The Sony Archives show that behind the scenes this is an influential corporation, with ties to the White House (there are almost 100 US government email addresses in the archive), with an ability to impact laws and policies, and with connections to the US military-industrial complex.”
The list of corporations that could be seen as members of the shadow government goes on and on: Exxon Mobil, Monsanto, Big Pharma companies, Corrections Corporations of America, Wall Street (Goldman Sachs, etc.), American Bail Coalition, other big oil corporations, big players in the factory farming industry, and more. Corporate members of the deep state or the Military Industrial Complex include big military contractors like Lockheed Martin. According to William Hartung, the Director of the Arms and Security Project at the Center for International Policy, contractors will “periodically intervene to try to stop practices that would make them more accountable.”
How They Influence Legislation and Gain Control Over the Government
It’s clear that corporations have a strong hold on government regulations; why else would chemicals be put in our food and the environment? Even the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has strong ties to oil companies, despite the fact that they’re supposedly the government agency that protects the environment.
The simple answer to this question: money, the promise to gain more control over the population, and lobbying efforts. The shadow government can manipulate, or in some cases, create legislation through either close ties to politicians or even organizations like the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).
ALEC is a conservative group comprised of state legislators and corporate leaders that allows corporations to help write, or in some cases, just hand over legislation that the “official lawmakers” can then take credit for and formally propose. ALEC has been responsible for numerous immoral bills including those that aim to lower minimum wage, suppress voter rights, pro-gun laws, ag-gag (animal cruelty) bills, and more.
The Center for Media and Democracy (CMD) conducted research into ALEC’s funding while looking into Exxon Mobil and the company’s wrongdoings regarding climate change denial. CMD found that 98% of ALEC’s funding comes from private sources other than state legislators. This means that ALEC is basically entirely funded by global corporations, including Exxon Mobil.

• Leonard Stringfield (1920-1994), a former military intelligence operative turned ufologist, was told by a French professor at Wright-Patterson AFB about the pummeled bodies of at least two very human-like extraterrestrials after being recovered from a UFO crash being held at the base.
• Stringfield said that the beings were 7 feet 3 inches tall and bore hideous mutilations on their bodies as if from a terrible accident. Their heads were intact. The forehead was high and broad. They had very long blond hair. Their eyes were stretched towards the temples which gave them an Asiatic look. The nose and mouth were small. The lips were thin, perfectly delineated. The chin was small, slightly pointed, and beardless. They looked like twins.

As most people here will know, I’m not much of a believer in the theory that aliens crashed outside of Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 1947. You only have to look at what else was going on in New Mexico in that same period – classified programs using transplanted Nazi scientists, rocket tests, high-altitude experiments using massive balloons, and much more. One of the most controversial aspects of the Roswell affair is that which suggests small, alien bodies were found on the Foster Ranch and secretly flown to Wright Field (now Wright-Patterson Air Force Base) in Dayton, Ohio.
Tales of “dead aliens in the freezer” absolutely abound. And, while such cases and claims are certainly not exclusive to Wright-Patterson, there is no doubt that the vast majority of them are tied to the base, one way or another. For those who may not know, the Space Brothers dropped in to see us, and have a cup of tea (maybe…), in the early 1950s. They were the good old days, so I’m told, when the ETs referred to us as “earthlings.” They were eerily like us. They sported long blond hair and were scared to death that we might destroy the Earth with our atomic arsenals. They spoke English and claimed to have come from such inhospitable worlds as Mars and Venus. Their names very often including the letters “Z,” “X,” “Q,” and “V” and they appeared before the likes of George Adamski, George Van Tassel, George King, and George Hunt Williamson. Evidently, the Space Brothers felt that anyone named George was of good character. Or, maybe it was just a big coincidence.
All of which brings me to one particular story of a couple of Space Brothers who got into a fatal situation while cruising around our skies at some unknown time and place. Maybe their hair got entangled in the “steering-wheel,” and they lost control. Whatever the answer, I’m certainly not in a position to criticize anyone’s hairstyle! All of which brings us to the matter of long-haired aliens at Wright-Pat.

• The National Security Act was created in 1949. As a result, a number of intelligence groups and executive bodies followed. None of these groups had any active congressional oversight. From this, the Invention Secrecy Act was created in 1951 which provided that new inventions may be subject to secrecy orders and restrict their publication if government agencies believe that their disclosure would be harmful to national security. “National security” has become a justification for the classification of a large amount of information on a variety of topics in which the public is deliberately kept in the dark. As a result, the U.S. Government has been classifying upwards of over 500 million pages of documents per year.
• The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office uses a secret system called the Sensitive Application Warning System (SAWS) to delay the approval of applications deemed a possible threat to national security.
• A 50-page document obtained by a law firm that represents major tech companies describes the SAWS system: When an application is submitted for patent approval, it requires a couple of examiners to go through the process which usually takes 1 to 2 years. Applications that are filed under SAWS, however, must be approved by several people and can be delayed for a number of years. There were over 5000 inventions languishing under secrecy orders in 2014. There is no official channel to notify an applicant once their patent is placed in the SAWS system. The Patent Office denies requests to even divulge what applications are on the SAWS list.
• How secret is this system? To find any records we have to go back 45 years. In 1971, patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and restriction if the photovoltaics were more than 20% efficient. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and restriction if they offered conversion efficiencies in “excess of 70-80%. Dr. Gerald F. Ross filed a patent application for a new invention he had devised to defeat the jamming of electromagnetic transmissions at specified frequencies. It took almost 37 years before his patent was granted.
• What happens to these “restricted” patent applications? Over many decades now, an elite group has had access to information such as this that the public has not. Utilizing these restricted patents, this elite group is no doubt living in a world far different from ours. It is a world within a world, a separate “breakaway civilization”. President Eisenhower warned us in 1960, “The potential disaster of the rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes.” This appears to be exactly what has happened.
Government secrecy is running rampant in an age where more and more people are demanding transparency. Did you know that the U.S. Government classifies over 500 million pages of documents each year? Justification for the mass classification of information is (apparently) done for the sake of “national security,” but as we know:
“The dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts, far outweigh the dangers that are cited to justify them. There is a very grave danger that an announced need for an increased level of security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of censorship and concealment. If a scholar wanted to research political, historical, scientific, or any other type of archival work, it would prove difficult and limiting seeing that most of their government’s activities are kept a secret. It is truly impossible to access the factual history of their country. The declassification of classified documents (a small portion) does not occur until decades after that information has been concealed, one great example of that is the UFO phenomenon, once believed to be a “conspiracy theory” by the masses before the substantial release of government documents showing otherwise. Evidence is now pointing to the fact that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is no different.
The office is supposed to legally protect the inventions of entrepreneurs and companies, some of whom have developed ground breaking technology. Unfortunately, that’s not the case as new documents obtained via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reveal how the Patent Office has been using a secret system to withhold the approval of some applications.
This 50-page document was obtained by Kilpatrick Towsend & Stockton, LLP, who commonly represent major tech companies that include Apple, Google and Twitter (to name a few).
The program delaying patent applications is called the Sensitive Application Warning System (SAWS). Usually, when an application is submitted for a patent approval it requires a couple of examiners who work with the Patent office to go through their process of approval. This process usually takes approximately 1 to 2 years, but applications that are filed in SAWS must be approved from several people, and can be delayed for a number of years.

The documents also indicate areas of technology that might have a patent application placed in the SAWS program – these include smartphones, internet-enabling systems and more. This information is set to be published in an online journal called “Law360” to inform the public. Tech Columnist Alyssa Bereznak at Yahoo News states that most companies are fully aware of this.
I first came across this recent information in her article, but I felt compelled to add more information.
As you will see below, there is more information that has surfaced prior to these documents that suggest this type of “invention secrecy” goes far beyond these technologies.
One great example (out of many) of delayed patent applications comes from Dr. Gerald F. Ross. He filed a patent application for a new invention he had devised to defeat the jamming of electromagnetic transmissions at specified frequencies. It was not until June 17, 2014 (almost 37 years later) that this patent was granted.
Invention Secrecy Is Still Going Strong
As great as it is to see new information pertaining to invention secrecy come to light, it’s also important to note (as reported by the Federation of American Scientists; see annotated bibliography) that there were over 5000 inventions that were under secrecy orders at the end of Fiscal Year 2014, which marked the highest number of secrecy orders in effect since 1994.
This is all thanks to an act many people are unaware of. It’s called the “Invention Secrecy Act” and it was written up in 1951. Under this act, patent applications on new inventions can be subject to secrecy orders. These orders can restrict their publication if government agencies believe that their disclosure would be harmful to national security.
As mentioned earlier, “national security” has become an excuse and justification for the classification of a large amount of information on a variety of topics that the public is deliberately kept in the dark about. Apparently, many of these projects and inventions go far above and beyond presidential knowledge.

Although there is no definitive way to prove to the ‘mainstream’ world that ET is real, we now have hundreds of thousands of documents from multiple countries putting to rest the question “Do UFOs exist?” We know they do from these documents, which show objects are tracked on radar, spotted by the pilots sent to intercept, and in some cases, simultaneously tracked on ground radar.

ALIEN spaceships have been filmed battling in the skies near the Area 51, according to UFO fanatics.
The bizarre footage shows several bright lights hovering in the sky above Henderson, Nevada, US.

The cameraman who filmed the moment on February 19 said: “I was waiting in the car while my buddy went into the store.

• Paul Hellyer, 93, a former Canadian Minister of Defence and longest serving current member of the country’s Privy Council, claims that in the 1940’s the United States government recovered an alien spacecraft and has kept the remains stored away from public view. A former minister of defence has sensationally claimed the remains of recovered alien technology are being secretly stored away from public view and claims the US has weapons to bring down UFOs. Paul Hellyer, a former Canadian Minister of Defence alleges the US Government has been in contact with extraterrestrials for years, and claims Washington has obtained flying saucer technology, but has covered it up.
His bombshell claims come just weeks after it emerged the US Pentagon had a top-secret UFO investigation team from 2007 to 2012, that allegedly obtained “materials from UFOs”.
In December, a New York Times article revealed details of a top-secret £16 million US Pentagon study into the potential threat posed by UFOs.
The report claimed the Department of Defense (DoD) Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Programme (AATIP) even recovered “unknown alloys” believed to have come from a UFO that had been tested and found to have properties unknown to science.
Mr Hellyer, who was a minister in the 1960s, believes top secret departments have been harvesting technology from the advanced lifeforms to develop hi-tech weaponry and aircraft, Dailystar.co.uk reports
In a recent Lazarus Effect YouTube podcast he claimed some of this groundbreaking knowledge had “most certainly” been shared with the UK.

Leslie Kean, the investigative journalist who shed light on Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) has now claimed that the secret project is still running. As per Kean, the investigation on unidentified flying objects is being continued by Pentagon, despite their previous statement which claimed that the program was ended in 2012.
“It’s completely rational to be interested and to try to figure out what’s going on with this. We know that this program existed, it still exists, and it investigated military cases and very significant cases of pilot encounter with these objects,” Leslie Kean told Wtop.
Kean made it clear that all the unidentified flying objects which we see in the sky are not necessarily from an alien world. However, Kean confirmed that the UFO which was spotted by US Navy officials in 2004 might have come from outer space. She added that none of the modern aircraft on earth could fly in such a way like that object did when it was tracked by a US Navy jet.

• This article’s writer sought to arrange a meeting with her own New York Senators, Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, in a follow up to her sending them both a letter along with her book, UFO Sightings Desk Reference. Staffers told her that the packages probably got lost in the congressional mailroom. When she asked Senator Schumer to comment on the New York Times article on the Pentagon’s secret UFO program, she received no reply. When she contacted Senator Gillibrand’s office, she related that ‘Gillibrand’s staff began shunning me upon the first mention of the term UFO’.
• You would think that Congressional representatives would be concerned about an issue that affects the defense and general welfare of the United States, which is a Constitutional directive of Congress.
• I his October 2016 resignation letter to Defense Secretary James Mattis, the head of the aforementioned Pentagon UFO program, Luis Elizondo pointed out that UFOs are known to interfere with military weapons platforms, and so “there remains a vital need to ascertain capability and intent of these phenomena for the benefit of the armed forces and the nation.” Elizondo says that the most frustrating part of his former Pentagon position was “the inability to tell senior leadership what was going on because of the hypersensitive nature and stealth posture in the department.”
• All of this shows that a log jam exists somewhere between staffers and the elected or appointed officials at the top, ensuring that anything associated with UFOs and extraterrestrials never reaches those in authority. Senior staffers are determined not to inform their bosses on any vital information involving UFO and ETs ostensibly to protect their bosses’ political integrity. This is a miscarriage of responsibility that is in clear violation of their Constitutional mandate.
Many of us at work have tried to communicate some critically vital information up the management chain of command. But it always seems that either the big boss just never gets the message or the boss does get that information but it has been watered down and made palatable by somebody between you and the big boss.
So to ensure that the boss isn’t made unhappy by bad news, middle-level management and staff do their best to filter, spin and squash troubling information from ever reaching the big boss.
So what does this have to do with UFOs? Everything!
Let’s talk about responsibility.
Congress has authority over financial and budgetary matters, through the enumerated power to collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.
You would think that congressional representatives would be concerned about an issue that affects the defense and general welfare of the United States. Especially since Article I of the Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war via the War Powers Clause.
From April 29 to May 3, 2013, Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group produced a “Citizen Hearing on Disclosure” at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The public hearing was modeled after a congressional hearing that had 42 researchers and military/agency/political witnesses from 10 countries who testified for 30 hours over five days before six former members of Congress regarding UFO events, evidence confirming UFOs and the extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. The hearing was filmed and webcast.
Paradigm sent DVDs of that hearing to every congressional representative on Capitol Hill. When congressional staffers were polled later for receipt of the DVDs, not a single staffer acknowledged that their office had received the DVDs.
In 2014, Paradigm launched the Congressional Hearing/Political Initiative, which focused on seeking hearings for the scores of military/agency/political witnesses who were ready to testify on Capitol Hill about UFOs and the extraterrestrial presence. Despite Bassett’s valiant lobbying efforts, congressional hearings never came about.
This was a clear example of a civilian group attempting to get the attention of Congress via lobbying. Too bad Paradigm didn’t have the vast financial resources of the National Rifle Association.
On a citizen activist level, this reporter’s own repeated efforts to arrange a meeting with a senior staff member from New York Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand was a frustrating and wasted effort. For the record, both senators were sent a copy of my book UFO Sightings Desk Reference, which contains eye-opening and pervasive data.
When I asked Schumer’s staff four months later if they had received my letter, they said no and stated that the letter probably got lost in the congressional mailroom. I pointed out that my letter had a 2 ½ pound book stapled to it!
To their credit, Sen. Schumer’s Syracuse staff did request another copy of my letter, and an additional copy of my book, which I personally delivered to them. The staffer told me he’d get it into the hands of the right people in the senator’s D.C. office. In eight months’ time I have yet to receive an acknowledgment of any kind.
Finally, I made a press request for commentary from Sen. Schumer in regard to the December mainstream media coverage of the Pentagon’s, Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. The senator’s media point of contact never returned my call.
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s staff began shunning me upon the first mention of the term UFO and has never answered any letters or press queries.
So much for expecting my state’s U.S. senators to do their constitutional duty: providing for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.
But maybe it’s not the senators’ fault. Maybe their staffs and advisers seem to be functioning like characters from the Hans Christian Andersen 1837 story “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” as the couriers who filtered, spun and squashed troubling information from ever reaching the emperor’s ears.

• These are objects performing maneuvers that, to us, should be impossible to make based on our level of technology and our laws of science. When To The Stars member Steve Justice was asked about the technologies behind these objects, he said, “revolutionary is too mild of a word.”
• The Navy F-18 pilot who chased the “pill-shaped UFO” in the original cockpit video released last December is David Fravor. Said Favor, “As I got close to it, probably within a mile to half a mile, it rapidly accelerated to the south and disappeared in less than two seconds…It had no wings…there’s no rotors (like a helicopter)…this was extremely abrupt like a ping pong ball bouncing off the wall it would hit and go the other way and change directions at will. And then the ability to hover over the water and then start a vertical climb from basically zero up towards about 12000 feet, and then accelerate in less than 2 seconds and disappear – it is something I had never seen in my life.”
• To The Stars associate Christopher Mellon recently wrote an article for the Washington Post, sharing his frustration about the fact that we now have observed phenomena, officially verified to be real with actual electro-optical data and radar tracking, yet very little attention within government is paid to it. They’ve also stressed the fact, as many other governments have, that these are not isolated incidents and they occur all the time.
• In the article, Mellon does not address why so little attention has been paid to official UFO research. And that’s because it’s been in the hands of the ‘secret government,’ as many politicians and presidents have referenced. Many people within the government don’t have the clearance to know about what’s going on. This includes some of the highest ranking officials, including the President.
• What we are seeing is a historical movement, whether it be from good intentions to disclose a truth that’s been covered up for decades, or to control and manipulate that truth to serve the will of those who have been gathering data on this topic, who knows?
“If somebody’s laughing at what you say, you’re standing in the future and looking back. We have these glimpses of technology now that tell us, maybe there’s a way to go do that.”
The quote above comes from Steve Justice, a (very) recently retired director of Aerospace for Lockheed Martin, formerly known as the Skunk Works. He is part of a company called To The Stars, who has a mission to figure out how the technologies behind these observed UFOs work and bring this innovation into the public domain.
The observed UFOs I am referring to are the three videos that have now been declassified and released for public viewing by the US Government, through the To The Stars academy.
The other members of the team include multiple former Department of Defense employees, like Christopher Mellon, the former United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. The list is quite long and continues to grow.
What we are seeing is a historical movement, whether it be from good intentions to disclose a truth that’s been covered up for decades, or to control and manipulate that truth to serve the will of those who have been gathering data on this topic, who knows?
So far, the initiative seems well intentioned, but it’s just the beginning.

“In one example, over the course of two weeks in November 2004, the USS Princeton, a guided-missile cruiser operating advanced naval radar, repeatedly detected unidentified aircraft operating in and around the Nimitz carrier battle group, which it was guarding off the coast of San Diego. In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean. The United States possesses nothing capable of such feats.”
What is important is bringing this information to light in a truthful manner, the government has a bad rep when it comes to sharing information and truth. We’ve seen a lot of propaganda with multiple topics, but that does not mean that all representatives within this field do not have good hearts, it doesn’t mean that they themselves support what the ‘government’ does.
Also, keep in mind that these people are no longer working for the government.
Often, we are quick to judge.

• Reports of reptilian humanoids have become intertwined with the myths and legends of many cultures throughout our planet. A rather persistent and pervasive conspiracy theory is that not only are lizard people real, but this mysterious race of reptilian overlords control the world as we know it.
• The origin of recent reptilian theories comes from former British professional soccer player and sportscaster, David Icke (pictured above). With his “spiritual awakening” in the 1990’s, Icke learned that ancient reptilian aliens came to Earth thousands of years ago to infiltrate society and take over the world. Icke lays it all out in his 1998 book, The Biggest Secret.
• According to Icke, a race of reptilian aliens called the Anunnaki visited Earth a millennia ago as the Earth’s “vibrations” were compatible with their own. The reptilian’s own physical form had broken down and they could no longer re-produce, so they began to mate with humans. Says Icke, “The reptilians and other manipulating entities exist only just outside the frequency range of our physical senses. Thus they have sought to infiltrate human form and so use that to exist and control in this dimension.” The reptilian Annunaki have no desire to advance spiritually. Their aim is to derail human development and the human species’ scheduled spiritual ascension.
• Icke claims that through shape-shifting and bodily possession; the creation of false religions; control over media, educational, and governmental institutions; contamination of our food, air and water; mind control and genetic manipulation; and interbreeding bloodlines, these reptilians have now fully infiltrated our society to control all aspects of humanity in a global prison designed to perpetuate war and conflict.
• In fact, says Icke, reptilian DNA lies dormant within many of us, waiting to be activated at a moment’s notice by Illuminati rituals when a very different consciousness takes over. Mental and emotional processes are thereby hijacked to serve the whims of reptilian overlords. There are “full bloods” close to the original Reptilian alien stock, and also subservient “hybrids” who are lower on the totem pole. These hybrids may not even aware of their alien ancestry and their being constantly manipulated toward the reptilian agenda. Virtually everyone who is anyone is suspected by Icke of being a Reptilian or hybrid.
• [Editor’s Note] While the writer concedes that an estimated 12 million Americans (which is quite a lot) believe Icke’s account of reptilians existing among us, the writer also regards the notion as “rather insane”, “bizarre”, and “absolutely bonkers”. There have certainly long been plenty of reports of reptilian humanoids reported across cultures and all over the world, some of which I have covered here at Mysterious Universe before, and such beings have become intertwined with the myths and legends of many cultures throughout our planet. But taking it to the next surreal level is a rather persistent and pervasive conspiracy theory that not only are lizard people real, but that they are taking over the world as we know it. It is an idea so far out in the fringe that it is considered pretty out there even among other conspiracy theorists, yet it has managed to become rather stubborn and pervasive, an idea that has gained momentum and just will not go away, and the notion that we are in thrall to some mysterious race of reptilian overlords seems like it is here to stay for awhile.
The main thrust of such bizarre theories originates with a man named David Icke. Originally a professional soccer player, before moving on in later years to the position of sportscaster, Icke’s calling took a sharp right turn into the bizarre when he had a “spiritual awakening” and became deeply interested in psychic abilities and various unexplained phenomena. He began to take up the reputation of being a psychic, making various predictions and outlandish claims, including one in which he insisted the world would end in 1997 (hint- it didn’t). He really found his true calling, however, when he latched onto the idea that ancient shape-changing reptilian aliens had come to Earth thousands of years ago and were in the process of infiltrating society for the sinister purposes of taking over the world to work towards some sort of New World Order.
The theory first leapt out into the public consciousness with the publication of Icke’s book The Biggest Secret, in which he lays out the whole thing in great detail. According to Icke, his research showed that millennia ago a race of reptilian aliens called the Anunnaki visited Earth and began to opress us and mate with us, spreading out their bloodlines and working their way into society until they controlled all aspects of our life. Icke claimed that these creatures could shape-shift or possess humans, and they were claimed to have designed all of the world’s major religions, as well as government systems and other aspects of civilization as we know it, all while they fed upon us and performed human sacrifices and genetic manipulation on us.
Icke claims that the presence of these beings was well-known amongst ancient peoples, and cites as proof several passages from religious books such as the Bible, where he claims there can be found references to these Reptilians and their efforts to interbreed with and control humans. He also cites the numerous references throughout cultures to the worship of reptile gods and other entities, such as the Aztec reptile serpent god Quetzalcoatl, the reptilian Naga of India, and many others. This is all evidence of our ancestors having had contact with our reptilian masters in ancient times, according to Icke. He would say of this incredible theory: “I make these connections, not just from intuition, but from a tremendous amount of ancient and modern evidence that shows that this reptilian connection travels right through these thousands of years to the present day. Some of these references to serpents and dragons are obviously symbolic, not the least, the Kundalini energy and other things, but when you look at the evidence, there is a tremendous number of literal references to serpent people – serpent gods.”
Over the centuries these Reptilians interbred with us and spread out into the world along with humankind, and managed to insert themselves into important families and organizations, from which they supposedly control religion, the government, education, and of course the media. These creatures are apparently attracted to our planet because of the “vibrations” present here, plus the fact that we give them a chance to continue to reproduce. Icke said of this: “The reptilians and other manipulating entities exist only just outside the frequency range of our physical senses. Their own physical form has broken down and they can no longer re-produce. Thus they have sought to infiltrate human form and so use that to exist and control in this dimension. They chose the Earth for this infiltration because it most resembles in vibration the locations from which they originate. These reptilians are addicted to the dense physical “world” and the sensations it offers and they have no desire to advance higher. Their aim in this period is to stop the Earth and incarnate humanity from making the shift from dense physical prison into multi-dimensional paradise.”
By having power in every single country, the Reptilians have created a global prison that people don’t even realize they’re in. The prison was created by drawing country lines, which leads to endless wars and conflicts. Another way they control humans is by distracting us with media, entertainment, and even politics. They’ve also made the population stupid and lazy by poisoning food, the air, and the water.
A crucial aspect of all of this has been to create a network of mystery schools and secret societies to covertly introduce their agenda while, at the same time, creating institutions like religions to mentally and emotionally imprison the masses and set them at war with each other.
One common theme with the whole Reptilian conspiracy is their interbreeding with humans and genetic experiments upon us. This mixing of their DNA with that of humans and other genetic doctoring has been claimed to have several purposes. One is to allow them to more completely blend in and infiltrate us, and another is that it was meant to limit our mental capacity in order to keep us meek, stupid, and compliant. According to Icke, this reptilian DNA lies dormant within many of us, waiting to be activated at a moment’s notice to serve the whims of our Reptilian overlords. His whole philosophy on this is quite complex, and at times really absolutely bonkers, but he says of it: “These reptilians and their allies have corrupted Earth DNA with their own and this genetic infiltration lies dormant until it is activated by the vibrational fields generated by the Illuminati secret society rituals, and others in the public eye like the carefully designed coronations and official ceremonies of many kinds, including even the UK State Opening of Parliament and certainly those of the various religions.”

• A December 16, 2018 New York Times article revealed a $22M Pentagon UFO program and released a Navy F-18 cockpit video of a “pill-shaped UFO” off of the coast of California in 2004. Now, Defense Department intelligence officials confirm more than a dozen such incidents off of the East Coast since 2015. Last October, the Air Force sent F-15 fighter jets to intercept a high-speed UFO traveling from northern California into Oregon, which was confirmed by ground radar and commercial airline pilots visually. ‘To The Stars Academy’ has released two more videos of the U.S. military capturing UFOs on video (see both of them below).
• Prior to capturing the Navy F-18 cockpit video of the original pill-shaped UFO off of the coast of San Diego in 2004, the Navy had been tracking these UFOs for a couple of weeks. They witnessed UFOs descending at supersonic speeds from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean, in broad daylight and without a discernible means of propulsion. The United States possesses nothing capable of such feats.
• Whether these are advanced technologies from Russia or China or intelligent extraterrestrials, the U.S. government doesn’t appear to be very interested in learning more about them.
• This article’s writer, Christopher Mellon, is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence for the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations, and was Staff Director for the Senate Intelligence Committee. He is currently an adviser to ‘To The Stars Academy’ and raises private funds to enable the Academy to investigate incidents like the 2004 UFO encounter off of San Diego. Says Mellon, “military departments and agencies treat such [UFO] incidents as isolated events rather than as part of a pattern requiring serious attention and investigation.”
• Reports from different services and agencies remain largely ignored and unevaluated inside their respective bureaucratic stovepipes. The current approach is equivalent to having the Army conduct a submarine search without the Navy. “A colleague of mine at To the Stars Academy, Luis Elizondo, used to run a Pentagon intelligence program that examined evidence of “anomalous” aircraft, but he resigned last fall to protest government inattention to the growing body of empirical data.” The Pentagon officially discontinued the UFO program in 2012.
• Mellon says that ‘To the Stars Academy’ is being approached by military personnel who are concerned about national security and frustrated by how the Defense Department is handling such UFO reports. “Nobody wants to be ‘the alien guy’ in the national security bureaucracy; nobody wants to be ridiculed or sidelined for drawing attention to the issue… This is true up and down the chain of command, and it is a serious and recurring impediment to progress… It is time to set aside taboos regarding UFOs and instead listen to our pilots and radar operators.”
• “The task needs to be assigned to an official with the clout to compel collaboration among disparate and often quarrelsome national security bureaucracies. A truly serious effort would involve, among other things, analysts able to review infrared satellite data, NORAD radar databases and signals, and human intelligence reporting. Congress should require an all-source study by the secretary of defense while promoting research into new forms of propulsion that might explain how these vehicles achieve such extraordinary power and maneuverability,” says Mellon. “Who knows what perils we may avoid or opportunities we might identify? The future belongs to not only the physically brave but also the intellectually agile.”
In December, the Defense Department declassified two videos documenting encounters between U.S. Navy F-18 fighters and unidentified aircraft. The first video captures multiple pilots observing and discussing a strange, hovering, egg-shaped craft, apparently one of a “fleet” of such objects, according to cockpit audio. The second shows a similar incident involving an F-18 attached to the USS Nimitz carrier battle group in 2004.
The videos, along with observations by pilots and radar operators, appear to provide evidence of the existence of aircraft far superior to anything possessed by the United States or its allies. Defense Department officials who analyze the relevant intelligence confirm more than a dozen such incidents off the East Coast alone since 2015. In another recent case, the Air Force launched F-15 fighters last October in a failed attempt to intercept an unidentified high-speed aircraft looping over the Pacific Northwest.
A third declassified video, released by To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science , a privately owned media and scientific research company to which I’m an adviser, reveals a previously undisclosed Navy encounter that occurred off the East Coast in 2015.
Is it possible that America has been technologically leap-frogged by Russia or China? Or, as many people wondered after the videos were first published by the New York Times in December, might they be evidence of some alien civilization? Unfortunately, we have no idea, because we aren’t even seeking answers.
I served as deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence for the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations and as staff director for the Senate Intelligence Committee, and I know from numerous discussions with Pentagon officials over the past two years that military departments and agencies treat such incidents as isolated events rather than as part of a pattern requiring serious attention and investigation. A colleague of mine at To the Stars Academy, Luis Elizondo, used to run a Pentagon intelligence program that examined evidence of “anomalous” aircraft, but he resigned last fall to protest government inattention to the growing body of empirical data.
Meanwhile, reports from different services and agencies remain largely ignored and unevaluated inside their respective bureaucratic stovepipes. There is no Pentagon process for synthesizing all the observations the military is making. The current approach is equivalent to having the Army conduct a submarine search without the Navy. It is also reminiscent of the counterterrorism efforts of the CIA and the FBI before Sept. 11, 2001, when each had information on the hijackers that they kept to themselves. In this instance, the truth may ultimately prove benign, but why leave it to chance?
(A Pentagon spokesman did not respond to requests from The Washington Post for comment, but in December, the military confirmed the existence of a program to investigate UFOs and said it had stopped funding the research in 2012.)

The military personnel who are encountering these phenomena tell remarkable stories. In one example, over the course of two weeks in November 2004, the USS Princeton, a guided-missile cruiser operating advanced naval radar, repeatedly detected unidentified aircraft operating in and around the Nimitz carrier battle group, which it was guarding off the coast of San Diego. In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean. The United States possesses nothing capable of such feats.
On at least two occasions, F-18 fighters were guided to intercept these vehicles and were able to verify their location, appearance and performance. Notably, these encounters occurred in broad daylight and were independently monitored by radars aboard multiple ships and aircraft. According to naval aviators I have spoken with at length, the vehicles were roughly 45 feet long and white. Yet these mysterious aircraft easily sped away from and outmaneuvered America’s front-line fighters without a discernible means of propulsion.

• Before sunrise, at 4:43 in the morning on February 28, 2018, on a Fox 6 News broadcast in Milwaukee, viewers and then the two on-air broadcasters watched an ‘odd astronomical display’ as at least 10 bright lights dashed around in the distant night sky in the background. They seemed to glow, then dim, then glow again.
• Shocked by the sight, the female broadcaster asks, “Are those fireworks?” When it becomes apparent that they are not fireworks, she says, “What is that? Aliens?” Then she asks her male counterpart whether he sees these lights dancing around the night sky. He responds, “I do see that and it keeps getting weirder by the second. It looks like they are sticking around”.
• Authorities later claimed that the darting formation of lights were actually seagulls.
• The video was uploaded to the YouTube channel Suspect Sky (see 2:09 minute below), and YouTubers were not buying the seagulls excuse. American Supps, wrote: “I watched it 500 times now and these are no seagulls”. Percy MO wrote: “You would need binoculars to see tiny seagulls at that distance, and even then it would be difficult with the limited light. These objects are much larger and are illuminating for more than 15 seconds… This is a very weak juvenile attempt at an explanation.”
• [Editor’s Note] The policy of ExoNews is not to try to report the abundance of images and videos of purported UFOs which typically consist of a light in the sky that cannot be explained. Also, it is too easy to create a fake. But this being on a television news cast and the nature of the lights swirling around the sky makes this video extraordinary.
Viewers of Fox 6 News were treated to an odd astronomical display in the early hours of February 28 when a series of bright lights dashed around a live feed of Milwaukee.
People who had tuned in at 4.43am saw at least 10 bright dots moving about in the distance, first glowing and then seemingly disappearing before shining a light again.
Even the man and woman presenters of the show were surprised by the activity and went so far as to question if it was extraterrestrial activity.
The female broadcaster is shocked by the sight asking: “Are those fireworks?”.
However, when it became clear that they were not fireworks, she asked: “What is that? Aliens?”
She then asks her colleague: “You see that, right?”.
Her male counterpart then responds: “I do see that and it keeps getting weirder by the second. It looks like they are sticking around”.
Authorities later claimed that seagulls reflecting light were responsible for the strange darting formation of lights.
However, viewers of the video, which was uploaded to popular UFO YouTube channel Suspect Sky, were not buying that excuse.
One user, American Supps, wrote: “I watched it 500 times now and these are no seagulls”.
Another user, Percy MO, took apart the ‘seagull explanation’ piece by piece.
She wrote: “You would need binoculars to see tiny seagulls at that distance, and even then it would be difficult with the limited light.
“These objects are much larger and are illuminating for more than 15 seconds. The comparison that is being passed off as an explanation which shows seagulls above a building is taken at a much shorter distance where you can clearly see the birds.
“This is a very weak juvenile attempt at an explanation.”

• In the fall of 2016, Wikileaks’ released an email from former astronaut Edgar Mitchell to Clinton advisor, John Podesta, noting that “our nonviolent intelligent extraterrestrials from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth…[and] will not tolerate any forms of military violence on Earth or in space.”
• Mitchell also mentioned Carol Rosin, consultant to various corporations, government departments and intelligence communities, and close assistant to former NASA director, Wernher von Braun in the 1970’s. Below is a 33:53 minute video of Carol Rosin being interviewed by Steven Greer wherein she discusses the progression of “enemies” of the United States that the (deep state) government planned to create through “false flag” events, to justify the weaponization of space. The parade of fabricated “enemies” of the United States would be the Russians, then terrorists, then ‘third world crazies’, then asteroids, and finally extraterrestrials. “All of it,” said von Braun, “is a lie.”
• Why do we wait until the government or the media verifies something in order to believe it’s true? Mainstream media and Western governments habitually spread misinformation. But people still trust their government implicitly. This makes it easy for the deep state to twist the truth to their own ends. If the ‘war on terror’ and the ‘war on drugs’ are any indication, we should be wary of anything they tell us about UFOs.
• We don’t need the government to tell us what is already apparent. We just need to do independent research and think for ourselves. Rosin says that before his death, Von Braun asked her to educate the public as to these “false flag” scare tactics, and to educate the decision makers about why we shouldn’t be putting weapons into space.
Wikileaks’ release of the Podesta emails exposed massive amounts of corruption within the U.S. political system. Some of the Podesta leaks include information about UFOs and extraterrestrials in the form of private emails. One in particular was from Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and it reads as follows:

Because the War in Space race is heating up, I felt you should be aware of several factors as you and I schedule our Skype talk.
Remember, our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth.

The following information in italics was shared with me by my colleague Carol Rosin, who worked closely for several years with Wernher von Braun before his death.
Carol and I have worked on the Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, attached for your convenience.”
In the email, Dr Mitchell mentions Carol Rosin, who was the first female corporate manager of Fairchild Industries. A space and missile defence consultant who has worked with various corporations, government departments, and intelligence communities, she worked closely with Wernher Von Braun shortly before his death, specifically on the subject of space-based weapons. She also founded the Institute for Security Cooperation in Outer Space.

Below is a very telling interview with Carol that was conducted by Dr. Steven Greer, founder of The Disclosure Project. Greer accompanied Dr. Edgar Mitchell in all his communications and meetings with the Pentagon and has been instrumental in bringing forth hundreds of military whistleblowers of all ranks, with verified credentials and backgrounds, to share what they’ve learned about this phenomenon through their work.
In the interview, she brings up the idea of a false flag alien threat. The term ‘false flag’ describes covert operations that are designed to be misleading, to make it appear as though events are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.
Says Carol Rosin: “I met the late Dr Wernher Von Braun in early 74, at that time Von Braun was dying of cancer, but he assured me that he would live a few more years in order to tell me about the game that was being played, that game being the effort to weaponize space, to control Earth from space and space itself.
“He asked me to be his spokesperson, to appear on occasions when he was to ill to speak, and I did. And what he asked me to do was to educate decision makers and the public about why we shouldn’t be putting weapons into space . . . and what the alternatives are, how we could be building a cooperative space system.
“What was most interesting to me, was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again. . . . And that was the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers, and the scare tactics, the spin that was being put on the weapons system. And that was how we identify an enemy.
“The enemy at first he said, the enemy against whom we’re going to build a space based weapons system . . . First the Russians are going to be considered the enemy . . . then terrorists would be identified and that was soon to follow . . . then we were going to identify third world crazies, we now call them nations of concern. . . . The next enemy was asteroids . . . [and] against asteroids we’re going to build space based weapons.
“And the funniest one of all, was against what he called aliens, extraterrestrials, that would be the final card. And over, and over, and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving his speeches for him, he would bring up that last card.
“And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We’re going to have to build space based weapons against aliens,’ and all of it, he said, is a lie.”
