Could New Microchip Boost US Military Power?

• A Massachusetts-based aerospace and defense company, Mercury Systems Inc. has developed a new radio frequency processing microchip that will give the Pentagon the ability to reduce the processing time for radar, electronic warfare and 5G communication applications. The technology comes at a time when microelectronics is the Defense Department’s top research-and-development priority, National Defense reported.

• Artificial intelligence and machine learning prototypes are being inserted into electronic warfare systems and will soon be in the hands of select operational units. “Every soldier is holding a device that is enabled by microelectronics,” said Tom Smelker, vice president and general manager for microsystems at Mercury Systems. “It’s imperative to keep our technology advantaged against our adversaries.”

• Advancements in hypersonics and stealth by adversarial countries (China, Russia) are driving the need for new radar capabilities, Smelker noted. Driving down processing times will help the Pentagon counter enemy electronic warfare systems. Increasing processing speeds “where we can process a lot of signals quickly and respond is going to really drive the electronic warfare market and really be a game changer for defense systems,” Smelker said. The microchip can enable real-time spectrum processing for 5G communications, which is expected to be up to 20 times as fast as 4G.

• In July, Mercury Systems received a US$11.7M order to deliver advanced digital RF Memory (DRFM) Jammers to the US Navy. The DRFM jammers are designed to be used in airborne pod-based solutions to validated electronic attack techniques and custom RF components supporting advanced electronic warfare test and training capabilities.

• Col. Philip J. Corso was a member of President Eisenhower’s National Security Council and former head of the Foreign Technology Desk at the US Army’s Research & Development. In his groundbreaking 1997 book, The Day After Roswell, Corso claims to have distributed extraterrestrial technology to US corporations that were retrieved from UFO crashes, such as at Roswell in 1947. The corporations were permitted to register the patents for themselves. These reverse-engineered technologies include fiber optics, integrated circuits (microchips), Kevlar material and particle beams. The microchip went on to change the world.

In his groundbreaking 1997 book — The Day After Roswell — Col. Philip J. Corso claims that during his service he distributed to corporations foreign technology which was actually extraterrestrial in origin.

Corso, a member of President Eisenhower’s National Security Council and former head of the Foreign

Technology Desk at the US Army’s Research & Development, claims that such artifacts were retrieved from UFO crashes, such as that which reportedly happened at Roswell in 1947.

According to Corso, the corporations involved were permitted to register the patents.

He also said that technologies such as fiber optics, integrated circuits (microchips), kevlar material and particle beams were all reverse engineered from extraterrestrial spacecraft.

Whether you want to believe that or not, there is one thing we do know — the microchip has changed the world. Dramatically.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) prototypes are being inserted into electronic warfare systems and will soon be in the hands of select operational units.

How Military Base Area 51 Became the Heartland of Alien Conspiracy Theories

• A secret military base sits in the middle of the Nevada desert, about 82 miles northwest of Las Vegas known as ‘Area 51’. It has become the subject of endless pop culture references and memes, as well as the epicentre of the world’s most famous alien conspiracies. How did this Air Force facility become linked with extraterrestrial folklore, and are they really holding tea parties with alien lifeforms inside the base?

• The government used the desolate Nevada desert region as a weapons test range during World War II. In 1954 it was commissioned Area 51 by President Eisenhower as an Air Force base that tested spy planes, such as the U-2, far away from the public and Soviet spies. Perhaps today’s conspiracy theories are rooted in the base’s history of Soviet espionage.

• In 1947, there were reports of a weather balloon crashing on a ranch in southeastern New Mexico near a town called Roswell. But rumors abounded that the US military had taken a crashed UFO craft to Area 51. Then in the late 1980s, Robert Lazar came forward to claim that he had been one of the scientists reverse engineering alien spacecraft at Area 51. Lazar even claimed to have seen an alien himself. Lazar became a cult hero among conspiracy theorists, and while his credentials were pretty quickly discredited, it was his interview that would forever link Area 51 to the unknowns of outer space.

• The phenomena of Area 51 grew in the ’80s and ’90s, and took on a life of its own within popular culture. The science fiction television series The X-Files continually referenced the facility and the government’s agenda to keep the existence of extraterrestrial life a secret. In 1996, Area 51 was prominently feature in the film Independence Day, about an alien attack on Earth. In 2011, the comedy Paul depicted an extraterrestrial who has escaped from Area 51. The secret base was even referenced in the kids’ movie Lilo & Stitch, with the aliens in the film choosing to name planet Earth, Area 51. Barack Obama was the first US President to publicly acknowledge Area 51 in 2013.

• In June 2019, 20-year-old student Matty Roberts created a Facebook event called ‘Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All Of Us’. The event was set for September 20, 2019, and quickly turned into a trending meme, with 2 million people clicking ‘going’, and 1.5 million clicking ‘interested’. What was initially intended as a joke turned into a serious issue for the US government. The military’s public relation office made a Twitter post with a photo of military personnel and a B-2 stealth bomber. The caption read: “The last thing #Millenials will see if they attempt the #area51raid today.” The tweet was later deleted. However, only 1,500 people showed up to the hastily assembled music festivals, while only 150 people ventured to the gates of Area 51.

• So, what is really going on at Area 51? Apart from the creation of U-2 and A-12 aircraft and an early spy mission, we don’t officially know. However, according to Annie Jacobsen, author of the book Area 51: An Uncensored History of America’s Top Secret Military Base, it’s a whole lot of reverse-engineering – and not just of alien craft. Foreign technology captured on battlefields is often brought back to the facility to be tested and re-created. Jacobsen believes that Area 51 is still the location used by military intelligence to create counterterrorism tactics, weapon systems, and surveillance platforms, all of which are hidden from the public.

• Yet in July of this year, the Pentagon released three videos of UFO-like objects moving quickly through the air. They were accompanied by a report which stated the objects were “off-world vehicles not made of this world.” Since then, the Pentagon has set up a UFO task force in an attempt to discover the nature and origins of these objects, further fueling the fire of UFO-related suspicions surrounding Area 51.

Located 134km northwest of Las Vegas is a dirt road leading out from Nevada’s ‘Extraterrestrial Highway’ and down towards Homey Airport, the home of a notorious US military base.

What lies within this military base is mostly a mystery to the public. It goes by various names including Paradise Ranch, Red Square, Nevada Test and Training Range, and of course, the one most commonly used in myth and legend, Area 51.

This secret base sits in the middle of the Nevada desert and has become the subject of endless pop culture references and memes, as well as the epicentre of the world’s most famous alien conspiracies.

But just how did this air force facility become linked with extraterrestrial folklore, and are the United States really holding tea parties with alien lifeforms inside this bewitching base?

A Soviet spy station

Commissioned in 1954 by President Eisenhower, Area 51 was created in order to test spy planes far away from the public eye, with the ultimate goal of infiltrating the Soviet Union’s nuclear weapons program.

The area within the Nevada Test and Training Range was already used for nuclear weapon testing back in World War II, and as such, it was the perfect location to ensure the public would keep their distance. What came out of the espionage work done at Area 51 would ultimately be significant in maintaining the United States’ superpower status.

First up was the commissioning of the U-2 spy plane, an aircraft that could fly as high as 70,000 feet in the air (an unfathomable feat at the time), travel across the US without needing to refuel, and carry cameras that could spy on Soviet land below.

From its expeditions, the U-2 plane discovered that the Soviet military was not as advanced as what was claimed by its leaders, leading the United States to believe that they weren’t too far behind their military rivals. However, the plane was shot down in Soviet airspace in 1960. Both the pilot and aircraft were recovered, keeping them out of the hands of the Soviet Union; however, US authorities were forced to admit the purpose of the mission.

This lead to the creation of the Lockheed A-12, an aircraft that could fly across the US in 70 minutes at an altitude of 90,000 feet, photographing objects on the ground that were just one-foot long. With the number of A-12 flights coming in and out of Area 51, reports of unidentifiable flying objects grew in the area. The aircraft’s titanium body and bullet speed resembled nothing seen in the US before.

With the nature of these military aircraft, coupled with the secrecy surrounding these espionage missions, it’s easy to see why conspiracy theories arose around the goings-on inside the military base.

Forced & Faked Alien “Abductions” Were Conducted by the CIA Says Renowned Researcher

• Dr. Jacques Vallee, the French astrophysicist who co-developed the first computerized map of Mars for NASA in 1963 and was a close associate Project Blue Book’s J. Allen Hynek, has written several books on the UFO enigma. Vallee has investigated an uncountable amount of case reports regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial beings. He’s been a major player in bringing the UFO phenomenon to the mainstream public. Vallee knows that something real and quite possibly extraterrestrial and inter-dimensional is going on. He is currently a venture capitalist living in San Francisco.

• Credible information regarding UFO sightings, crash retrievals, contact experiences with ‘aliens’, and possible bodies are out there to be examined. But there is a lot of disinformation out there as well. It is well documented that for years intelligence agency and government operatives infiltrated the UFO community for the purpose of deceiving researchers – and for one simple reason: to hide the truth. These disinformation initiatives still seem to be in operation today. On top of disinformation, there has long been an official campaign of ridicule and secrecy as well. Vallee is one of many who have written about the evidence of well-constructed hoaxes and media manipulations designed to mislead UFO researchers and the public.

• In one of his latest books, Forbidden Science 4, Vallee makes an entry for March 26, 1992 writing: “I have secured a document confirming that the CIA simulated UFO abductions in Latin America (Brazil and Argentina) as psychological warfare experiments.” In the book, Vallee notes that Air Force Colonel Ron Blackburn told Vallee in May 1990 that he was “convinced the government is working on UFOs”. Blackburn said that the chances were “pretty good” that the US government was “fooling” UFO witnesses “by special effects developed by psychological warfare”. “Suppose you shine a week infrared laser into people’s eyes,” said Blackburn. “[I]t won’t hurt them but may induce a hallucinatory state. Experiments have been done where you send a microwave beam through someone’s brain; you pick up the transmitted energy pattern. You can influence people this way, even make them hear things. Holograms have been used too.”

• In 1992, Vallee wrote that he had received a document that the CIA had been involved with staging UFO (alien abductions). There are many examples and evidence that point to staged abductions happening for reasons unknown, and that it’s also continuing today. It’s not surprising if you’ve looked into the CIA’s technologically advanced black budget world with programs like MK Ultra intended to manipulate the perception of the masses.

• In his book, Vallee also mentions retired Air Force Special investigations officer Richard Doty. Doty’s job in the Air Force was to spread disinformation about the UFO subject. Doty has admitted to infiltrating UFO circles along with his colleagues to ‘feed’ ufologists and journalists lies and half-truths so that they would never understand the ‘real truth’.

• Retired university professor Dr. David Jacobs hypnotically regressed people who claimed to have had ET abduction experiences. Thousands of these ‘abductees’ share the same story of forced impregnation and ‘hybrid’ children, among other things. Could some of these forced abduction experiments simply be deep black government projects? Yes. But there are many who have claimed to have had non-threatening or even pleasant encounters with alien beings. Still, even these ‘abductees’ often sensed a military component to the encounter.

• Could the story about President Eisenhower’s meeting with aliens and the secret deal to allow a certain amount of human abductions in exchange for technology also be fabricated? Could all reported alien abductions be military operations? It’s not likely.

Throughout history, the field of ufology and the examination of the extraterrestrial hypothesis has, without a doubt, been overcome with a plethora of

disinformation. Those who have dived into the depths of ufology know this best, as it’s well documented that ‘outsiders’ from intelligence agencies and governments have infiltrated the field for the purposes of deceiving researchers and people who are interested in the topic for one simple reason, to keep them

away from the truth. On top of these disinformation campaigns, which still seem to be in operation today, there has long been an “official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” (Roscoe Hillenkoetter, Ex CIA director) associated with the subject. This is why I encourage all those reading who dive into this subject to stick with facts, data, and evidence rather than entertain what seem to be outlandish claims that in no way, at all, can be verified.

I’d like to draw your attention to Dr. Jacques Vallee, who holds a master’s degree in astrophysics and a Ph.D. in computer science. The subject of UFOs first attracted his attention as an astronomer in Paris. He subsequently became a close associate of Project Blue Book’s J. Allen Hynek and has written several books on the UFO enigma. He is currently a venture capitalist living in San Francisco. Vallée co-developed the first computerized map of Mars for NASA in 1963. He later worked on the network information center for the ARPANET, a precursor to the modern Internet, as a staff engineer of SRI International’s Augmentation Research Center under Douglas Engelbart.

He’s a researcher that’s had a very interesting life, to say the least, with regards to researching the topic of UFOs. He’s come into contact with and had meetings with most experts in the field, politicians from around the world, high ranking military personnel and much more. His journey into the subject has led him to investigate an uncountable amount of case reports regarding UFOs and supposed extraterrestrial beings, and he’s been a major player with regards to bringing the mainstream scientific community forward to look at the evidence and data that’s involved with such a serious subject, that, in his time, was largely ridiculed. He is an important reason why the phenomenon has gained as much credibility as it has today.

Valle is one of many who have written about and documented the startling evidence that well-constructed hoaxes and media manipulations have misled UFO researchers, diverting them from the UFO phenomenon itself, what’s really going on.

In one of his latest books, Forbidden Science 4, he shares a record of his private study into unexplained phenomena between 1990 and the end of the millennium, during which he was traveling around the global pursuing his professional work as a high-technology investor. • Government paralysis is something we’ve grown accustomed to on domestic matters but, when it affects national security as well, we truly are a nation at risk. Sixty years ago, Americans were shocked when the Soviet Union put Sputnik, the world’s first artificial satellite, into orbit. Congress promptly acted on Americans’ concerns and spurred “the space race”, culminating in a Moon landing twelve years later.

• The U.S. Navy has publicly acknowledged that the vehicles observed and recorded by U.S. Navy fighter pilots (off of both the East and West coasts), which are able to maneuver above 80,000 feet; can hover and then instantly accelerate to supersonic and even hypersonic speeds; and use a means of propulsion and control that does not appear to involve combustion, exhaust, rotors, wings or flaps, are indeed ‘unidentified aerial phenomenon’.

• This shocking announcement has scarcely been noticed by Congress. To date, there have been congressional oversight committee briefings but no hearings, no funds appropriated to study the phenomenon, not even a request for a report or a threat assessment. It appears that Congress has no problem with being kept in the dark all of these years by the military regarding these UFOs. Is the information too radical to process? Is the U.S. government in denial? It would seem a matter of utmost urgency.

• The writer, former Defense Department and US Senate intelligence staffer Chris Mellon, has interviewed numerous active-duty and retired military personnel who have encountered these UFOs. Without exception they express grave concern for their colleagues and near disbelief that our government is not reacting more vigorously. Policymakers should pay close attention to the experiences of U.S. military personnel, investigate thoroughly, and respond effectively.

• Myriad services and agencies including the National Reconnaissance Office, Defense Intelligence Agency, CIA, Air Force and Navy, FBI and National Security Agency, possess a pool of relevant data on UFOs, says Mellon. But we are not analyzing the vast quantity of data already collected by America’s vast ‘sensor networks’. We simply need to implement a strategy for the centralized collection and analysis of this data.

• We have entered a new frontier. Similar to our forebears who settled the Western half of the continent, we must still confront the unknown. But as President Eisenhower said in a speech he gave in 1958 in Ligonier, Pennsylvania, nineteenth century frontiersmen “were not turned back by terror; they did not succumb to the tensions …encountered beyond the fringes of civilization. They moved ahead as companions in adventure, well-knowing that danger is often the inseparable partner of progress and honor.”

In what could be a precursor to further stunning developments, the U.S. Navy has publicly acknowledged that the advanced aircraft depicted in several recently declassified gun-camera videos are UFOs, or what the Navy prefers to call “Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon” (UAPs). “The Navy designates the objects contained in these videos as unidentified aerial phenomena,” acknowledged Joseph Gradisher, spokesman for the deputy chief of naval operations, referring to the bizarre vehicles that have brazenly operated in restricted U.S. military airspace.

Strangely, this shocking announcement seems to have scarcely been noticed by Congress or the Trump administration. Is the information too jarring and radical to process? Are U.S. government officials in denial? One can only wonder, given the glaring disconnect between the Navy’s announcement and the limited government actions to protect U.S. military personnel and the nation as a whole.

Since the Navy asserts these are not U.S. aircraft, we are confronted by the daunting prospect that a potential adversary of the United States has achieved the ability to render our most sophisticated aircraft and air defense systems obsolete. Much like the Japanese reacting to the appearance of Admiral Perry’s steam-powered fleet in Tokyo Bay in the 1850s, it would seem a matter of utmost urgency to determine who is operating these craft, how they work and the intentions of those commanding them.

I’ve interviewed numerous active-duty and retired military personnel who have encountered these mysterious vehicles. Without exception they express grave concern for their colleagues and near disbelief that our government is not reacting more vigorously.

This situation is not altogether unprecedented. Some 60 years ago Americans were shocked when the Soviet Union orbited Sputnik, the world’s first artificial satellite. Sputnik garnered sustained front-page coverage, however, and Congress promptly acted on Americans’ concerns by approving increased space and defense expenditures and enhanced education programs for math and science. The concerns roused by Sputnik spurred America to enter “the space race.” The nation rallied to the cause and the commitment paid off when astronaut Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon a mere 12 years later.

Consider by contrast our government’s tepid response to the latest news about UAPs. Some congressional oversight committees have asked for and received briefings, but none has held a hearing, either open or closed; none has appropriated funds for collection or analysis; none has even asked for a report or a threat assessment. Nor have Congress members expressed concern over apparently being kept in the dark on this issue for years by the executive branch, a situation that changed only after a small private organization — To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences, which I advise on national security affairs — made Department of Defense gun-camera footage available to the press and to Congress.

• In 1992, I (De Gourdon) was in Moscow discussing the economic disarray after the dismemberment of the Soviet Union with the Deputy Chairman of the KGB and a military intelligence general. The KGB boss said, “[T]he Americans are trying to take away the most valuable inventions. Our country must be reorganised to protect itself.” “Our best scientists and engineers are leaving because we cannot pay them.”

• I brought up the secret Blue Files. The KGB boss remarked, “The Blue Files are our equivalent of the US Blue Book.” Over the years I had learnt about the extensive work that American scientists had done to reverse-engineer downed interstellar craft, which have been observed for centuries, if not millennia. In a conversation with the director of the Strategic Defense Initiative in 1987, he conceded that Ronald Reagan’s ‘Star Wars’ project was mainly a cover for an ongoing multi-national endeavor to build a space shield, intended to protect mankind from a feared invasion by highly advanced organizations operating in outer space.

• Ten years later I was able to connect the dots with the publishing of the book: The Day After Roswell by Colonel Philip Corso, which related how an undisclosed array of military satellites equipped with weapons capable of hitting incoming targets from outside the atmosphere had been deployed. We needed a protective system from alien forces more than arms to fight each other. This protective system was set up in the greatest secrecy through a panoply of “black” programs consuming untold billions of dollars. All those without a need to know would be kept in the dark. Too much was at stake.

• Back in 1954, President Eisenhower had met with a team of extraterrestrial envoys and entered a treaty for technology transfers, reportedly to fend off other dangerous and predatory species from outer space. To facilitate this transfer, “sanctuaries” had been allocated for those extraterrestrial guests to reside and operate away from prying eyes. The ETs would make subtle neural and genetic modifications in certain humans in order to make them intellectually capable of working in an expanded technological reality. The U.S., Russia, Canada and Australia among others had set aside vast, inaccessible areas where closed communities of technicians worked under the strictest protocols, and where national laws did not apply.

• In the beginning, these sanctuary communities experienced an ‘incubation period’. The UFO issue went underground, beneath a cloak of official denial and censorship. But it was promised that, once this new knowledge burst out, progress would become ‘exponential’. This occurred at the end of the 20th century with multiple validations and confirmations as pertinent documents were gradually declassified or leaked.

• Human evolution has gone at an arithmetic pace over the last few centuries. Soon it will become a geometric progression. We will discover travel at the speed of light, how to increase our lifespan and eradicate disease, and how to accumulate knowledge endlessly with the aid of cyber-electronics. Our brains and senses will merge with information networks. Computers and robots will harness the laws of quantic physics and will no longer be assembled, but grown like biological beings. We will create things out of subquantic stuff with plasma waveguides and machines of the size of atomic particles.”

• Military officers and civilians in positions of authority told De Gourdon during the 1980s and 1990s: “We will cease to be humans; we know that is possible because those we are following are already there. They move in unified field space-time in their subtle bodies and vehicles which they can materialize or tele-transport at will and they visit the past and the future like pages of a book opened at leisure without any particular order.” We now can see this transhumanist process at work. Yet it carries the gravest threats to our survival.

• Electromagnetic pulse and zero-point energy, warp drive propulsion, quantum radars and communication systems, gravito-magnetic engines, 3D printing, Artificial Intelligence, molecular and atomic machines, the interplanetary Internet of Things—all have obvious and terrifying applications for warfare. Their development is driven by defense labs and then quietly outsourced to military-industrial corporations. New companies are hatched out of Silicon Valley garages when algorithms and formulas come into the hands of whiz-kid entrepreneurs discreetly funded by government-related “angel investors”.

• In a leaked correspondence from former Apollo astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell to John Podesta, the special adviser to President Barack Obama in the summer of 2014, Mitchell relates: “Five decades of UFO information have dramatically shifted the public awareness of an extraterrestrial presence. Statements made in this article are documented, but many readers may prefer to view them as “faction”: speculations and inferences based on real facts.

On a grey spring afternoon of 1992, I was in a restaurant near the Lubyanka in Moscow. Across from me were the Deputy Chairman of the KGB (6th Directorate) and a General from the GRU. Those were gloomy days in Russia, an economic disarray after the dismemberment of the Soviet Union.

My hosts, like several other officials, were working to find solutions to the crisis. Investments from abroad were sought in many sectors, including secretive high tech industries related to space, psychic research and warfare, but the KGB boss made his views clear: “We could go into joint ventures with other nations on certain projects,” he said, “but the Americans are trying to take away the most valuable inventions. Our country must be reorganised to protect itself. We are being ruined and will become a Third World nation otherwise. Our best scientists and engineers are leaving because we cannot pay them.”

In the United States in previous years, I had noticed the frequent arrivals of Soviet scientific teams into American universities. The visitors worked in frontier areas of research. In Moscow, I had been taken to some laboratories and given cryptic briefings on esoteric projects: parapsychology, bio-electromagnetics, plasma and lasers. However, I went to the point and I brought up the Blue Files. The two officials remained impassive, but they did not draw the curtain as I suspected they might.

“The Blue Files are our equivalent of the US Blue Book,” the KGB Deputy Chairman said matter-of-factly. “For decades we collaborated with certain NATO states on many aspects of our investigations. Now that we are down, the US wants to leave us far behind but we will keep our aces.”

I had learnt a lot over the years in America about the extensive work done to reverse-engineer awe-inspiring, exotic technologies retrieved from downed interstellar craft that are frequently tracked in the sky or spotted when they land. They have been observed for centuries, if not millennia. During a conversation held in 1987 in Boulder, Colorado the director of the Strategic Defense Initiative had conceded that Ronald Reagan’s controversial Star Wars project was mainly a cover for an ongoing multi-national endeavour to build a space shield, intended to protect mankind from a feared invasion by highly advanced organisations operating in outer space.

Ten years later in 1997, the “Holy Grail” appeared when Colonel Philip Corso’s book, The Day after Roswell was published. Corso, a veteran of the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Security Council, disclosed many secrets and connected the dots. I then understood better why an undisclosed array of military satellites equipped with weapons capable of hitting incoming targets from outside the atmosphere had been deployed. The superpowers had concluded that we needed a protective system from alien forces more than arms to fight each other, although the former did not exclude the latter.

Kennedy’s Last Stand: Roots of JFK Assassination lie in what he saw in 1945

Just before the start of his first term on January 20, 1993, President-Elect Clinton made a strange request to close family friend and lawyer Webster Hubbell: “If I put you over there in justice I want you to find the answer to two questions for me: One, who killed JFK. And two, are there UFOs.” According to Hubbell, “Clinton was dead serious.” The key to unlocking the mystery of President Kennedy’s assassination and a possible UFO connection lie in events that occurred 18 years earlier in post-war Germany.

In the summer of 1945, John F. Kennedy was a guest of Navy Secretary James Forrestal in a post-war tour of Germany. Kennedy personally witnessed technological secrets that have still not been disclosed to the general public. These secrets stemmed from technologies that Nazi Germany had acquired from around the world, and were attempting to develop for their weapons programs. The advanced technologies stunned the military government running the U.S. zone of occupied Germany. How did the Nazis develop them? The answer according to the father of German rocket design, Herman Oberth, shocked U.S. military officials. The Nazis had help from “the people of others worlds” – some of the technologies were extraterrestrial in origin.

In searching for answers to who killed President Kennedy we need to start with the death of his mentor, James Forrestal in 1949. Forrestal became the first Secretary of Defense in 1947, a position he held until March, 1949. Forrestal was a visionary who thought Americans had a right to know about the existence of extraterrestrial life and technologies. Forrestal was sacked by President Truman because he was revealing the truth to various officials, including Kennedy who was a Congressman at the time. Forrestal’s ideals and vision inspired Kennedy, and laid the seed for what would happen 12 years later.

After winning the 1960 Presidential election, Kennedy learned a shocking truth from President Eisenhower. The control group set up to run highly classified extraterrestrial technologies, Majestic-12, had become a rogue government agency. Eisenhower warned Kennedy that Majestic-12 had to be reined in. It posed a direct threat to American liberties and democratic processes. Kennedy followed Eisenhower’s advice, and set out to realize James Forrestal’s vision. The same forces that orchestrated Forrestal’s death, opposed Kennedy’s efforts at every turn. When Kennedy was on the verge of succeeding, by forcing the CIA to share classified UFO information with other government agencies on November 12, 1963, he was assassinated ten days later.

Alien interview video: hoax or real thing?

In 1997 an anonymous whistleblower calling himself “Victor” came forward to tell a fantastic story about a captured alien held at a remote secret U.S. facility near Area 51, Nevada called S-4. What made Victor different was that he had a video to prove what he was saying was real. The Alien Interview video has been controversial since it was first aired in 1997 in a documentary titled: Area 51: The Alien Interview. Experts have analyzed the video frame by frame and are still divided over its authenticity. Jim Dilettoso, a highly respected image analyst did not find any evidence of fraud in his frame by frame analysis of the video. On the other hand, a Hollywood special effects expert believed the video used a puppet in an elaborate fraud. Recently, another whistleblower has come forward to give startling corroboration of the content in Victor’s video. Apparently, S-4 is the secure military facility where live extraterrestrials are taken for questioning by authorized officials.

The video itself takes place in a darkened room where a large headed creature with big black eyes appearing like a classic Gray alien is being interviewed. Two individuals appear to be conducting the interview. One is allegedly a general asking questions while the other is a telepathic communicator relaying the alien’s responses. Towards the end of the nearly three minute video segment, the Gray alien being appears to have breathing difficulties and is helped by two medics who rush into the room to give assistance. The video released by Victor had the audio removed allegedly to protect identities, so Victor added his own commentary to one version to explain what was happening.

Victor does not provide many specifics about his work at the S-4 facility where the video interview occurred. He claims that he came into possession of a digital version of the video after it had been transferred from the original analog version. Victor smuggled the digital copy out of the S-4 facility and made a VHS copy which he took to various major news networks to have it released as part of a major disclosure. He was rejected by the major networks and had to settle for a home video company called Rocket Pictures which paid him an undisclosed amount of money. A one hour documentary that focused on Victor’s revelations was produced with the title: Area 51: The Alien Interview. Victor was also interviewed on May 23 by Art Bell and Sean David Morton on Coast to Coast AM radio where he elaborated on aspects of his involvement at S-4. That was the last time the public was to hear from Victor.

There are aspects of Victor’s role that immediately raise suspicion over whether he was truly acting alone. Victor used voice distortion software to hide his voice in the two interviews he did with Rocket Pictures and Coast to Coast AM. He claims he did so to protect his anonymity, yet it also ensures that his identity and history can’t be independently confirmed. Most importantly, Victor says that he traveled to major news companies such as Fox News to get them to air the video. It’s inconceivable that someone at Fox or any other major media network would not have attempted some form of due diligence that would not have alerted authorities that someone had footage of a live alien being interviewed. This suggests that Victor, perhaps unwittingly, had been allowed to take the video out of S-4 with the aim of releasing it publicly with some degree of official complicity. Perhaps some authorities wanted to establish plausible deniability while preparing the public for the truth about alien life. Alternatively, the video may be part of an official disinformation effort to muddy the waters about what is known about extraterrestrial life and Victor was a willing participant.

Very recently, there have been developments that lend plausibility to Victor’s video. In May 2013, video testimony emerged of another whistleblower who was a former CIA agent using the pseudonym “Kewper.” Kewper revealed that in 1958 President Eisenhower had to threaten to invade Area 51 and S-4 to find out what was happening with the extraterrestrial programs there. The agent and his CIA superior travelled to Area 51 under Eisenhower’s orders, and his boss questioned a Gray alien at the S-4 facility. The alien answered various questions concerning its origins and motivations that the whistleblower Kewper relayed at an earlier 1998 interview with Linda Moulton Howe. This is startling corroboration of Victor’s claim that the S-4 facility has housed live aliens for periods of time who have been questioned by various officials.

Victor’s alien was allegedly captured in 1989 and interviewed at S-4 in January 1991. Apparently it was a different alien to what the CIA agent’s boss had seen and interviewed back in 1958. There have been other whistleblowers who have claimed to have worked at S-4 and witnessed a live alien being housed there. These include Robert Lazar (1988) and Dan Burisch (1994).

There is much testimonial evidence that 12 miles south of Area 51 there is a highly classified facility called S-4 that in the past has housed different extraterrestrial entities for limited periods starting as early as 1953. To this pool of testimonial evidence we can add the live alien video. If genuine, it is hard evidence that extraterrestrials have been held at classified military facilities, and have been interviewed by various officials who have yet to share with the general public what they have learned.

Eisenhower threat to invade Area 51 In sensational testimony submitted on the final day of the Citizen Hearing on [UFO] Disclosure, six former members of the U.S. Congress heard from a former CIA agent about an incident involving President Eisenhower and extraterrestrials. In a video testimony played today before the retired US Congress members, the agent alleged that President Eisenhower sought to gain information from a secret control group called MJ-12 about alien related projects at a facility near Area 51 called S-4, both of which are located in a remote region of Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. When denied the requested information, Eisenhower allegedly authorized a personal message that the agent and his immediate superior would deliver to those in charge at Area 51 and S-4. The message was a direct threat that he would authorize a military invasion of Area 51 and S-4 if his request for information was not carried out.

The former CIA agent is currently aged 77 and suffering from acute kidney problems and has only several months to live. A 15 minutes segment was played out of a longer interview where he went on the public record about how he was recruited by a senior CIA operative located out of Langley, Virginia to work with the CIA on the issue of extraterrestrial life. At the time of his recruitment in 1958, he had just completed training at the US Army Signal Training Center, and began working as an Army cryptologist. He said that he was recruited by the CIA operative because it would give him significantly more money than he was earning in the Army. His first assignment was to examine files on UFOs and extraterrestrial life submitted from USAF base at Fort Belvoir, which were different to the Project Blue Book files studied at Wright Patterson Air Force Base that were eventually released to the general public.

In response to questions from UFO historian Richard Dolan, the former CIA agent went on to explain how in 1958, he and his boss – the CIA operative – were summoned by President Eisenhower to the Oval Office. The President, who was accompanied by Vice-President Nixon, told the agent and his boss that he was trying to get information about efforts to learn about extraterrestrial life and technology. The agent said that according to President Eisenhower: “MJ-12 was supposed to find out, but they never sent reports to him.” The CIA agent said he and his boss were called into the Oval Office”. President Eisenhower said:

We called the people in from MJ-12, from Area 51 and S-4, but they told us that the government had no jurisdiction over what they were doing…. I want you and your boss to fly out there. I want you to give them a personal message…. I want you to tell them, whoever is in charge, I want you to tell them that they have this coming week to get into Washington and to report to me. And if they don’t, I’m going to get the First Army from Colorado. we are going to go over take the base over. I don’t care what kind of classified material you got. We are going to rip this thing apart.”

In response to Dolan’s question, “Eisenhower was going to invade Area 51”, the CIA agent confirmed that Eisenhower indeed planned to so with the First Army.

After traveling to Area 51 and S-4, the CIA agent said that he saw several garage type doors with flying saucers in them. He described seeing a Gray alien at the S-4 facility that his boss “partially interviewed”. Upon returning to the White House, the agent and his boss relayed what they had seen at S-4. Significantly, the FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, was also present during the debriefing of the CIA agent and his boss over what they had witnessed at S-4 and Area-51. According to the CIA agent, Eisenhower was shocked.

The testimony of the CIA agent was admitted into the Citizen Hearing by the main organizer, Stephen Bassett, since he thought it was credible based on the research of Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan. The CIA agent’s testimony yields important insights among which include:

President Eisenhower had lost control of extraterrestrial related projects to a control group called MJ-12. This is precisely what Stephen Lovekin, who served in the White House Army Signals Corps, said motivated Eisenhower to give his departing Military-Industrial Complex speech in January 1961.
The CIA was tasked with the study of extraterrestrial life and technology, and had access to USAF files located at Fort Belvoir. This helps confirms leaked Majestic documents that President Kennedy first approached the CIA to get access to MJ-12 documents dealing with UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
Extraterrestrial technology was being studied at a secret facility, S-4, located near Area 51. This helps confirm the testimony of Robert Lazar who was the first to describe the secretive facility S-4 facility having several extraterrestrial vehicles in them.
An extraterrestrial, a Gray, was secretly being housed at the S-4 facility. This helps confirm the testimony of witnesses such as Bill Uhouse that aliens were assisting engineers working on black projects attempting to reverse engineer alien propulsion technologies.
