The “former” evil empire seems to be at its old tricks again, launching mystery rockets, waking up its “killer” satellites, and continuing to broadcast encrypted radio messages around the world. Not to mention the whole “alleged” disinformation program which has injected all sorts of chaos into the political systems of Western governments. Now, Mother Russia continues its doctrine of intentional international intrigue with the launch of a strange new experimental capsule to be installed on the International Space Station. What could go wrong?
The launch was conducted at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan and included routine supplies for astronauts and cosmonauts aboard the ISS such as food, water, and fuel. However, NASA officials spotted an odd capsule being loaded onto the Progress MS-07 that they can’t identify. When NASA officials asked their Russian counterparts what the device might be, they were told only that it is intended for a scientific use and is designed only for a one-way trip. Russian space officials refused to divulge any more information.

Rumors that the Trump administration was more interested in the moon than Mars began circulating days after the inauguration. Leaked memos published in February revealed the president’s advisers wanted NASA to send astronauts there by 2020, one part in a bigger plan to focus on activities near Earth rather than missions deeper in the solar system. Vice President Mike Pence spoke vaguely of a return to the moon in a speech in July. In September, the administration nominated a NASA chief who extolled the construction of lunar outposts. All signs pointed to a significant shift in the country’s Mars-focused space agenda of the last seven years.
This week, the Trump administration made it official.
“We will return NASA astronauts to the moon—not only to leave behind footprints and flags, but to build the foundation we need to send Americans to Mars and beyond,” Pence said Thursday at the inaugural meeting of the National Space Council, an advisory body his administration recently revived.
The vice president’s comments marked a pivot from Barack Obama’s directive for a “Journey to Mars,” established in 2010, and harkens to the aspirations set forth by the George W. Bush administration. The Obama administration had maintained that some kind of human activity in cislunar space—the region between the Earth and the moon—was necessary to test technology for a mission to Mars, but the efforts would amount to a pit stop, not a destination. While Pence did not provide details on what kind of “foundation” Americans would build on the moon, the new direction was clear: Americans should be spending more time in their cosmic backyard before flying off into the solar system.
“It’s a 180-degree shift from no moon to moon first,” said John Logsdon, a space-policy expert and former director of the Space-Policy Institute at George Washington University.
The announcement is obviously good news for space-transportation companies and lunar researchers lamenting the country’s 45-year absence from the moon. For those in the Mars camp, many of whom aim for a human mission to the planet by 2033, the news puts their ambitions on shakier ground.

The administration’s push for a return to the moon may be unambiguous now, but plenty of questions remain, ranging from the basic, like when and how, to the intriguing, like the role commercial spaceflight companies might play. NASA also wouldn’t be starting from scratch. The space agency has spent the last decade building the Space-Launch System and Orion, a rocket and spacecraft intended to carry people into deep space but also to build a cislunar way station called the Deep-Space Gateway. NASA planned to use the Deep-Space Gateway as a place for astronauts to prep for deep-space journeys, but the new shift could see the station being used for lunar landings.
Both time-tested contractors and growing commercial companies will be eager to work on potential lunar activities. Boeing is currently developing a capsule that would ferry people into low-Earth orbit, and SpaceX said its proposed mega-rocket, which is mostly intended to fulfill Elon Musk’s Sim City-esque ambitions for Mars, could contribute to travel to the moon. Musk, well aware of the political benefits of it, leaned heavily into lunar ambitions. “It’s 2017. We should have a lunar base by now,” he said recently. “What the hell’s going on?”

• NASA has detected an as yet unseen “Planet 9” determined to be 10 times the mass of the Earth and 20 times farther from the Sun than Neptune.
• Caltech astronomers say that this massive planet is causing bodies in our Solar System, including planets, to tilt.
• This could explain why Kuiper Belt objects orbit in the opposite direction from everything else in the solar system.
• The most common type of planets that have been discovered around other stars are rocky “Super Earths”. Planet 9 may be our Solar System’s Super Earth.
• The astronomers plan to search for the mysterious planet using the Subaru Telescope at Mauna Kea Observatory in Hawaii.
Planet Nine is out there, and astronomers are determined to find it, according to a new statement from NASA. In fact, mounting evidence suggests it’s hard to imagine our solar system without the unseen world.
The hypothetical planet is believed to be about 10 times more massive than Earth and located in the dark, outer reaches of the solar system, approximately 20 times farther from the sun than Neptune is. While the mysterious world still has yet to be found, astronomers have discovered a number of strange features of our solar system that are best explained by the presence of a ninth planet, according to the NASA statement.
“There are now five different lines of observational evidence pointing to the existence of Planet Nine,” Konstantin Batygin, a planetary astrophysicist at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Pasadena, said in the statement. “If you were to remove this explanation and imagine Planet Nine does not exist, then you generate more problems than you solve. In 2016, Batygin and co-author Mike Brown, an astronomer at Caltech, published a study that examined the elliptical orbits of six known objects in the Kuiper Belt, a distant region of icy bodies stretching from Neptune outward toward interstellar space. Their findings revealed that all of those Kuiper Belt objects have elliptical orbits that point in the same direction and are tilted about 30 degrees “downward” compared to the plane in which the eight official planets circle the sun, according to the statement.
Using computer simulations of the solar system with a Planet Nine, Batygin and Brown also showed that there should be even more objects tilted a whopping 90 degrees with respect to the solar plane. Further investigation revealed that five such objects were already known to fit these parameters, the researchers said.
Since then, the astronomers have found new evidence that further supports the existence of Planet Nine. With help from Elizabeth Bailey, an astrophysicist and planetary scientist at Caltech, the team showed that Planet Nine’s influence might have tilted the planets of our solar system, which would explain why the zone in which the eight major planets orbit the sun is tilted by about 6 degrees compared to the sun’s equator.
“Over long periods of time, Planet Nine will make the entire solar-system plane precess, or wobble, just like a top on a table,” Batygin said in the statement.

To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (from now on referred to as To the Stars Academy) was launched by Tom De Longe and by several recently retired aerospace and intelligence community insiders. They call it a “public benefit corporation.” It hopes to collaborate with global citizens to explore the boundary areas of traditional theories. For instance, in terms of technologies, warp drive “is not out of the question.” The stated public purpose is Education – Community – Sustainability – Transparency. According to DeLonge, a company that would inspire, entertain and galvanize thinking. Its stated projects are “about dreams, the paranormal, consciousness and even a historical fictional account behind the UFO phenomenon and our dealings with it. The To the Stars Academy strategy to bring the greatest and most controversial secret to the People will be to “innovate, educate and, hopefully, wildly entertain.”
Mr. DeLonge starts with a video explaining how he had been interested in UFOs and mystery since childhood; how after receiving his first pay check from performing with his band Blink182 he bought a computer to try to gather theories about the UFO phenomenon in order to come up with a unified theory. He mentioned that the extraterrestrial presence had had both good and bad consequences. That surprised me as that was a simple but – as far s we know – fair statement and I had thought that he would only emphasized the negative.
Then, he said that, at a certain point (as To the Stars Academy was getting “on its feet”), there were meetings around the country for 18 months with members of various intelligence agencies (including NASA, DoD and various agencies) all the while his band was unraveling.
Mr. DeLonge met with persons that work in Special Access Projects in Area 51, meeting in abandoned buildings in Washington DC, desert airports. After these meetings, he learned: 1) That there are certain things that should not have been kept secret; 2) That certain secrets were justifiable at the time but that they should now be revealed; 3) That there are certain things so unimaginable that certain interests belief that they should never ever be publicly revealed.
After an article in The Wall Street Journal stated that he had been been meeting with intelligence agents in relation to UFOs he was approached by more individuals. Then (after coming up with a proposal early in 2017 about a way to reveal to the public what was happening with a secret that had been kept for over 70 years) he had several further meetings with important intelligence agents and scientists that joined him.

On October 11, 2017, To the Stars Academy produced an internet event that may amount to a non-official, but implicitly officially sanctioned partial disclosure. To the Stars Academy is a civilian company that aims to produce advanced technologies, probably some of which for national security reasons the military will never reveal, specially the most advanced ones that can be weaponized.
Mr. Chris Mellon
During the presentation Mr. Christopher Mellon: said that there’s a need to end excessive secrecy. There’s a need to spark the public imagination. Mr. Mellon reported that a US Navy-UFO encounter (with F-18 engagement) involving the USS Nimitz and several witnesses was a real event and that there had been many such events. He mentioned an approaching object has been detected on (primary) radar.
Mr. Mellon said that the oversight committees of Congress and Congress in general have to be appraised of the facts, that the various oversight committees can easily request briefings of this event and others like it. “Without the facts congress will not know how to respond. Mr. Mellon mentioned that To the Stars Academy is a public corporation and one of its stated purposes is also to stimulate new thinking. The to the Stars corporation is referred to as “more than a commercial venture. It is an intellectual adventure.”

Mr. Mellon was the “chair of the Science Committee at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. He served 20 years in the federal government, including as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the Clinton and Bush Administrations. In addition, he’s worked many years on Capitol Hill including as the Minority Staff Director of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. As an aide to Senator William S. Lou Elizondo, a career and intelligence officer continued the presentation. He mentioned that the most interesting topic he was involved with was with advanced aerial threats, focusing on unidentified aerial technologies. He learned that the phenomenon is real. Mentioned that To the Stars Academy will allow a community of interest to detect real events with two way communications and even engineer technology. That they will allow into the public never before released information and to work recording real-time events. They will also facilitate participants to “crowd crunch” data.
Mr. Lou Elizondo
Mr. Elizondo worked “with the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, the National Counterintelligence Executive, and the Director of National Intelligence. As a former Special Agent In-Charge, Luis conducted and supervised highly sensitive espionage and terrorism investigations around the world. As an intelligence Case Officer, he ran clandestine source operations throughout Latin America and the Middle East. Most recently, Luis managed the security for certain sensitive portfolios for the US Government as the Director for the National Programs Special Management Staff. Then, Dr. Steve Justice spoke. He worked with Lockheed Skunk Works in a heavily protected facility with some of the technology that many people misinterpret as UFOs. To him the UFO phenomenon is real due to witnesses like Mr. Elizondo and Mellon and it can be technologically reproduced. Considering his comments, I don’t know how much he already knew about retro engineering extraterrestrial vehicles while at Lockheed.
Mr. Steve Justice
Was he privy to the most secret compartmentalized projects or to highly classified, but nonetheless, “medium level” secret aerospace projects? Regardless of how much he knows about ET flying saucer machinery, as head of the aerospace division of To the Stars Academy (which he now leads) he wants to build an object that reproduces the UFO events previously described. He basically said that the technologies of To the Stars Academy will prepare us for the future and that we shouldn’t dare to place limits on what we can do.
Mr. Justice “entered the defense aerospace industry in 1978 after graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After 31 years, Stephen is the recently retired Program Director for Advanced Systems from Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs – better known as the “Skunk Works”. Tom DeLonge showed a video that image-wise also refers to extraterrestrial UFOs, illustrated by possible archaeological finds like some apparently ancient carved ET images in Mexico.
In the video Mr. Jim Semivan, a retired senior intelligence service member of the Central Intelligence Agency says;
“These things are real; these things are out there, they have been out there for a long time; they are not the provenance of the Government, of any Government in the world. They belong to us. These are things that happen to people all the time. And these are things that we need to explore and we need finally to get together to figure out what this is all about.”
Dr. Hal Puthoff
Dr. Hal Puthoff, a PhD physicist who also worked with classified projects for the Pentagon is involved. He worked in an important remote viewing project for the CIA and has published key papers on zero-point energy. Dr. Puthoff “published numerous papers on electron-beam devices, lasers and space propulsion and has patents issued in the laser, communications, and energy fields. Dr. Puthoff’s professional background spans more than five decades of research at General Electric, Sperry, the National Security Agency, Stanford University and SRI International. Dr. Puthoff regularly advises NASA , the Department of Defense and intelligence communities, corporations and foundations on leading-edge technologies and future technology trends. Mr. Tom DeLonge announced a positive and unifying message and model for the benefit of future generations was announced. The To the Stars Academy corporation is not only asking for participants but also asking for investors. To reach the public in a more effective, engaging, transformative way, not only rational inquiry but also right brain activities like the arts and story telling will be offered.

The announcements are an important step forward to legitimize the issue that some UFOs may originate with non-human intelligences, but I consider this event to be a partial disclosure. I think that some or all of the persons involved were part of the Government’s secret investigation on the subject but that – perhaps – they were not privy to the most secret research and findings. There might be a deeper level of secrecy (not clearly of the U.S. Government) also working with the extraterrestrial subject, strategies, alliances and retro engineering. It might even be international in scope and still associated with corporations as Dr. Greer has tried to explain for many years.
However, some persons making the decisions on what to reveal (MAJIC and other commitees that have the overall picture?) may have allowed a shallower level of secrecy to be partially and gradually revealed and asked them to come forward with what they know in order to start working with the civilian population. Perhaps pro-disclosure factions in the deepest “need to know” (sometimes referred to as “white hats”) might have deemed adequate for a civilian organization to link with the community at large. It might be the activation of one of many plausible disclosure strategies. This time what is being disclosed is less “plausibly deniable” due to the credentials of the individuals involved, some of whom recently retired from intelligence and aerospace.
In my view, it is an important step forward that changes the UFO and ET research picture while some of the most guarded secrets remain guarded, as they should be because some technology cannot fall into the wrong hands. The speakers gave me the impression of being well-intended. But how much do they know? The speakers know an ET presence is real, that their devices are real, and want to at least partially reproduce the technology (giving them the benefit of the doubt) for the benefit of humankind. They are not revealing that we are in cohoots with some extraterrestrial species or that we have a working space fleet and only seem to have had access to medium level retro engineered devices and classified knowledge that we are not alone. Revealing this much should be a BIG game changer and pro-diclosure activists should be glad!
Now Government officials should say something about this and legitimize the subject even more, basically giving “permission” to the press, other scientistsm various cultural leaders to talk about UFOs and ETs more openly! Perhaps even Russia and other countries with advanced secret program research will feel inclined to speak up even more!
However, the emphasis catering to the need for defense against possible dangerous ETs is an incomplete proposal as – according to the ANONYMOUS F.R.E.E. (www.experiencer.org) survey on thosands of experiencers with conscious memories, most of the experiencers do not consider the ETs negative. Unless most experiencers are not being contacted by negative extraterrestrial intelligences but there’s nonetheless still a larger amount of them, this suggests that, while there is some reason to prepare for an eventual clash with some of the “visitors,” (and to associate more openly and closely with protective and respectful ET varieties) we must not over emphasize that negative aspect. And we must even consider that more benign beings may even be protecting us. To make wise decisions we need the whole picture.
But full Disclosure is a Consciousness problem, a human consciousness problem. We need to be able to understand and not just the fragment of the whole we are open to. Partial disclosure and skewed-fractional (or subdivided) partial disclosures, also are part of a Consciousness problem. The lack of full open contact is a Consciousness problem: Our individual and collective ability to process multiple aspects of the overall situation. We are not inclined to take in information that doesn’t fit our preconceptions and personal preferences.
Many will dismiss Mr. DeLonge’s initiative because – in spite of the level of disclosure (or, in this case,”confirmation” as Linda Moulton Howe has recently said) – it emphasizes the negative side of ETs and the need for defense instead of the space brother side whose main defense is linked with spiritual evolution, aligning with LOVE and universal principles (thus not attracting negative ETs and situations) and relying on a large association of benevolent., humanity-respecting ETs to protect us.
Perhaps persons many open to the extraterrestrial situation may find this effort suspect because it is associated with elements of the military industrial intelligence complex usually found suspect (not without reason) in popular narratives within the UFO community. Is it a preamble to the “false flag” situation mentioned by Carol Rosin, Steven Greer and – allegedly – Werner Von Braun, or there has been a “change of plans?”
There was no mention of the word “extraterrestrial”; it was basically implicit throughout the presentation and the To the Stars Academy event was probably meant first to legitimize the issue with the average person who may be either in denial, indifference or taking it as an unimportant entertaining thing. There was no mention of the more advanced aspects of a “secret space program” which, if genuine (as it seems to be considering the coincidence among some whistleblowers like Corey Goode and William Tompkins) would indicate that we (humanity) already have extraterrestrial-level interstellar craft, are associated and/or engage with benevolent and malevolent ET groups. But how much the To the Stars Academy team know about this? Are all or most of them only privy to medium secrecy level knowledge and technology? Some may know how to shield and cancel gravity and have worked on (or built) anti gravity craft but are these the most advanced ones? If Corey Goode and Bill Tompkins’s testimonies are mostly true, would these craft be associated with the alleged U.S. Navy’s Solar Warden fleet or with the U.S. AirForce allegedly less developed space fleet?
As per DISCLOSURE initiatives, there is a competition between privileging technologies or privileging consciousness. The former seems to be spearheaded by factions within the military industrial aerospace intelligence complex. The latter, by grass roots activism, research and experiencer contacts, in initiatives like FREE’s. We need to find an integrative solution in order to think more intelligently about this.
However, it was HISTORICAL. On Wednesday 11 of October a semi official, partial disclosure event haswas underway, organized by Tom De Longe and former inteligence operatives, and aerospace scientists now presenting “To the Stars Academy” a corporation that is to educate and entertain, and research bringing UAP(UFO) data and resources from people. And it promises to produce advanced UFO like technologies for the benefit of humankind.
It is a step forward for making the UFO and ET subjects credible and I hope that he mainstream press finally covers these developments seriously and responsibly. And I hope that many mainstream scientists feel they have the permission they were waiting inorder to work with these subjects without endangering their careers. I also hope that politicians stop hiding from the subject in order to continue quarreling so much under polarizing, often retrograde ideas. Finally, I hope that it is not too late for the larger civilian community (heavily under individualism, materialism, polarizing beliefs and narratives, decades of disinformation and overburden by too much factual and fake news information) to be able to process these issues.
But could this release of information have been orchestrated by a smaller group of “those in the know,” and it might be a partial disclosure of an aspect: The need for technology to defend from the danger of some ET groups. That seems to be the emphasis given to Mr. De Long by a branch of “those in the know” but, off course, the emphasis on negativity may be overblown. It is an entrenched way of thinking perhaps even for the alleged “white hats” in control of the helm within an alleged parallel Government. And this way of thinking – while it recognizes consciousness – also relies extra heavily on the POWER of external technology, perhaps leading to restrictions on the potential of human consciousness. In the Long run, relying so much on technology might restrict possibility of reaching our highest natural potentials and may extend the conflictive human experience into the stars. It should not be emphasized too much as a form of disclosure.
Other disclosure activists may be receiving other aspects of the overall information. Some (like Dr Greer) are informed of the benevolence of most or all ET groups (which appears to be predominant according to most contact testimonies) and perhaps others of those that are mostly neutral. Thus the partial release of info may be skewed into several directions as different representatives of each type of information thinks that he or she has a greater grip on the overall situation than what he really has.
Mr. Grant Cameron evaluates this situation really well. The De Long To the Stars Academy may be partially correct in some aspects but it also is related to a high tech military-prone faction. I think these are partial controlled disclosures for sure. Not the consciousness-raising-before-contact-and-technologies given (Adamski like) types but envisioning civilian participation.
Have the “powers that be” (perhaps the “white hats”) realized that humanity will be lost, its thinking and critical abilities curtailed unless there is an awakening to reality-expanding information that has spiritual consequences?
Partial truths perhaps but very important ones to wake up more of the population. I think that it is a high tech military-prone faction and we must remain vigilant that this is not a ruse to later on achive greater control of the population. These are partial controlled disclosures for sure but can potentially be consciousness-raising if humanity still has a chance to respond intelligently. It’s not the consciousness-raising-under-universal-spiritual principles-before-contact-and-technologies-is- given (Adamski like). Partial truths that do mention consciousness but rely more upon technology. Again, I think that Grant CAMERON has a good understanding of this.

Each discloser contacted by different facions thinks he has more of a grip on the overall situation than what he really does. The need to defend against some ET varieties may be real, yes, but it can also be overblown as an extension of the military-industrial conservative way of thinking.
However, from a consciousness based “need to know” basis, how much can we not only individually but colectively handle the truth?
Should we welcome and trust this limited disclosure? I am more inclined to welcome it than the disclosure movement to remain stagnant. But perhaps the control group (MAJIC or Majority Joint Intelligence Committee?) which probably decides whether to inform the public and in what manner became aware that society needs to know more in order to be more culturally creative and survive the age of inescapable interconnectivity. Then again, it may be a way (as some conspiracy theorists say) to maintain control of society, perhaps surreptitiously preparing a receptive segment to accept a “False flag” against extraterrestrials in general. And, would the “ones in control” of this scenario be themselves mentally controlled by negative ETs of a similar (don’t trust but instead control) inclinations?
The problem I find with the “To the Stars Academy” project (allowed by the powers that be) is that the positive side of things (validated by thousands of experiencer encounters and many classical contactees) the positive side of the extraterrestrial presence, is not emphasized and that is worrisome because it may attract negative experiences and an extensin of many old patterns.
I believe that positive contacts are basically tolerated and even respected and allowed to be without much interference in case the need may arise to draw on positive extraterrestrial beings for assistance. But the general entrenched attitude in U.S. culture (and with different emphases and styles around the world) is of trying to fiercely maintain independence through power as much as possible. This is why militarism and the way we generate conflicts around the world is unending. This probably limits the ways in which the situation is handled and limits the possibilities to which U.S. citizenry and humanity at large is privy to. The UFO and contact phenomenon can also nourish a culture of peace based on universal integrative principles and the knowledge that humanity has the potential to live spiritually in a positive way in a physical environment beyond a state of nature. But “those in the know” in secret legitimate Government ( and parallel non-Government) control groups don’t seem to emphasize this possibility too much, all the while some citizen groups open to a service-to-self spirituality and contact appear to be representing the best interests of humanity in the long run.
Other disclosers like Dr. Greer (in contact with other factions or people in the know feeding him different aspects) think that all ETs are benevolent. He would not agree with the DeLonge approach. Then again, each major discloser chosen for a partial disclosure of an aspect think that he or she knows more than what he knows and is also chosen because he or she has some credibility issues that render possible the “plausible deniability” of what he is saying. It all seems to be carefully planned. Again, I think that Mr. Grant Cameron has a good understanding of the multiple disclosure initiatives.
We TEND to DISMISS anything we don’t like because doesn’t fit the information being proccessed by our personal cognitive identities and this is why there are different partial disclosure initiatives and why (as a UFO-ET Contact-Disclosure-Exopolitics Community) we can’t see the overall picture and connect with each other. This seems to be why we can’t have open contact even with highly benevolent beings, and why there are multiple types of disclosure strategies, both from the Government and from ETs. It is a CONSCIOUSNESS problem, ultimately a need for a practical and experiential alignment with The SOURCE, The Absolute Ground of Being, as per how much of reality and perspectives we can simultaneosly handle without dismissing and fighting with each other…(including ETs).
The DeLonge-TTS initiative has many of the hallmarks of a planned, partial disclosure skewed towards playing the “evil aliens” tune to influence segments of society. This is worrisome, yes, very much so because it is not tempered with the researched fact that MOST human-ET encounters are deemed benign and beneficial by human experiencers of such encounters. While the DeLonge-TTS initiative constitutes a form of semi-official disclosure and some (quite likely), credible, well-intended scientists like Dr. Hal Puthoff may be involved (and probably used) for credibility purposes. But, considering his trajectory and the declarations of the other two scientists in the TTS presentation, we can surmise that their level of knowledge in retro engineering extraterrestrial craft may not be of the highest, covert order within the unacknowledged portion of the military-industrial complex.
Moreover, even if a small percentage of the human-extraterrestrial contact cases may refer to negative,deleterious extraterrestrial varieties,there may be some truth to the DeLonge-TTS position about a need to have viable technologies to self-defend. While we should not emphasize an “us vs them” attitude, if we assume that all accounts about “evil aliens” (a simplistic term I know) are false, we may be incurring in our own dogmatic biases even against the information shared by some historical contactees with benevolent space brothers like Sixto Paz and Ricardo Gonzalez, suggestive narratives about the “Asuras” in several Vedic accounts, some recently researched (and selectively researched I must admit) highly traumatizing abduction cases, the shamanic naratives about extraterrestrials of some “original nations” like the Q’uero from Perú, the declarations by William Tompkins and exopolitical assessments by Dr. Michael Salla, all of which consider the possibility of benign and non-benign beings.
While we must not allow ourselves to be manipulated (by the segment of the military-industrial complex supporting the DeLonge-TTS initiative) into an all out effort against the entirety of extraterrestrials as “evil aliens,” we must also try to cultivate a carefully balanced perspective, by also not falling into the other extreme (often represented by Dr. Greer) that all extraterrestrials coming to Earth must necessarily be benevolent. Surely, we must be careful against our own xenophobic tendencies, our tendencies to be excessive in the ways we dismiss those who think differently than us and we must be careful against any extreme extreme polarizing tendencies that reflect a need to explain in simplistic terms a complexity that we need to know. It may well be that those that have the overall picture deem it necessary to reveal aspects of the whole through different “messiahs” (as Grant Cameron says); thus through some the “all benevolent” picture is revealed and through others the “all evil picture” is revealed or else society at large would not be able to process the whole truth. The question is: how well-intended (and adequate) is this strategy? Is it intended to control us or intended to protect us? Both?

It is a common occurrence for ‘UFO’s to be tracked on military radar, and more and more people are starting to believe that these objects are of extraterrestrial origin. One reason for this is the disclosure of evidence supporting such a hypothesis in recent years.
Apart from the congressional hearings on this subject and the fairly recent citizens hearing that took place, along with the release of official documentation, there has been a surge in people believing that ETs are real because of the work of scholars like Dr. Brian O’Leary.
Dr. O’Leary was a NASA astronaut and a member of the sixth group of astronauts selected by NASA in August of 1967. One year after, Carl Sagan recruited O’Leary to teach at Cornell University where he researched and lectured in the department of astronomy and physics. After Cornell, O’Leary taught physics, astronomy, and science policy assessment at various academic institutions, including the University of California Berkeley, Hampshire College, and finally at Princeton University from 1976 to 1981.
Dr. O’Leary went on to Washington, where he would become an advisor to various political leaders, presidential candidates, and the United States Congress. O’Leary was also a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, as well as secretary of the American Geophysical Union’s Planetology Section. Furthermore, he was the team leader of the Asteroidal Resources Group for NASA’s Ames Summer Study on Space Settlements. He was a founding board member of the International Association for New Science as well as founding president of the New Energy Movement.
Dr. O’Leary passed away shortly after having a heart attack and a diagnosis of intestinal cancer. He had some interesting things to say about Carl Sagan during a live interview with Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot. O’Leary and Sagan were close for a number of years, but had a little bit of a falling out when O’Leary decided to leave Cornell.
After he left, O’Leary started to examine some of Carl’s work. He said that the famous “Face” in Cydonia on Mars — photographed by Viking in 1975, this enormous formation (about a mile across) resembled a human face and created a major buzz at the time — was tampered with by Sagan before being released to the public:
“It was very, very disappointing to me, because not only was Carl wrong, he also fudged data. He published a picture of the “Face” in Parade Magazine, a popular article, saying that the “Face” was just a natural formation, but he doctored the picture to make it not look like a face.”
At this time, Sagan and O’Leary were arguably the world’s two leading experts on Mars, and they entered into many disagreements over that face. This rift was made clear in O’Leary’s publication in 1998, “Carl Sagan & I: On Opposite Sides of Mars.” It can be found in The Case for the Face: Scientists Examine the Evidence for Alien Artifacts on Mars, eds. Stanley V. McDaniel and Monica Rix Paxson. Kempton, IL: Adventures Unlimited Press.
In May of 1990, O’Leary released a paper titled “Analysis of Images of the Face on Mars and Possible Intelligent Origin” which only further demonstrated his skepticism. It was published in the Journal of the British Interplanetary Society, Vol.43 No.5.
O’Leary also went on the record and stated:
“I began to realize, just directly from the scientific point of view, not only hearsay, that this man was colluding with NASA, that there might be more to this than before. . . . Carl was on a committee with a number of notable people. There was a report issued by the Brookings Institution in 1961 — and that’s about when I knew Carl, during those years; the ’60s mostly was when I worked closely with him — that he and this other group said: Well, if any ETs ever showed up on the Earth, it has to be covered up. That’s the only way we’re going to be able to manage this, because if we can’t, then it would be too much of a culture shock.”
Quite a shocking statement from someone of Brian O’Leary’s stature, isn’t it? In the interview, he goes on to say that Carl and his colleagues recommended that the governments cover up the UFO phenomenon, and that he believes this provided justification for the ongoing cover-up.

• NASA has announced a joint U.S.-Russia project to develop a space station to orbit the Moon.
• Their long-term mission is to explore deep space and send humans to Mars.
Russia and the United States have agreed to co-operate on a NASA-led project to build the first lunar space station, part of a long-term project to explore deep space and send humans to Mars.
Following in the footsteps of the International Space Station, the moon ship would be open to astronauts and cosmonauts from around the world.
Space bosses hope the Deep Space Gateway will allow mankind to stage space flights to Mars and elsewhere in the Solar System.
“The partners intend to develop international technical standards which will be used later, in particular to create a space station in lunar orbit,” the Russian space agency said in a statement after the signing of an agreement at a conference in Adelaide.
In a mission statement for the project, NASA said: “NASA is leading the next steps into deep space near the moon, where astronauts will build and begin testing the systems needed for challenging missions to deep space destinations including Mars.
“The area of space near the moon offers a true deep space environment to gain experience for human missions that push farther into the solar system, access the lunar surface for robotic missions but with the ability to return to Earth if needed in days rather than weeks or months.”

• In a possible response to a message sent into space by Carl Sagen and colleagues in 1974, scientists have detected seventeen radio bursts coming from deep space.
• The NSA was forced by a FOIA lawsuit to release a document in 2011 that reveals an attempt by scientists to decode these radio burst “messages”.
• The document claims that the agency had deciphered basic symbols and syntax rules, and even a few words. It has yet to translate its meaning but they are working on it.
• The documents include a letter from a University professor that contemplates an extraterrestrial presence now among us.
• The documents also point out that many so called UFO’s are actually government “black budget” craft.
• The documents also identify a German engineer who built spacecraft in the early 1940’s, and an encounter that the Iranian Air Force had with a UFO in 1976.
• There is “abundant evidence that we are being contacted,” says former NASA astronaut Dr. Brian O’Leary.
• The management of these UFO/ET topics is “most likely… some sort of secret government atop the Deep State.”
The picture above represents a broadcast known as the “Arecibo” message, put together by Carl Sagan and colleagues, that was sent into space via radio waves at a special ceremony to celebrate the remodelling of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico. Apparently, they received a response. It’s speculative, for sure, but the information below, is not. This article pertains to a real deal document.
Strange signals detected from outer space are becoming quite popular, especially within the past couple of years alone. Here’s one of several studies positing that some of these signals could be from an intelligent extraterrestrial source.
Scientists have discovered six more bursts of radio signals coming from a place in deep space outside our galaxy from where similar signals were detected earlier this year and in 2012. From this specific location, a total of 17 such radio signals have been received, and given their nature, there is also heavy speculation about whether we are being ‘contacted’ by some type of extra-terrestrial life form.
This article touches upon an NSA document that was released via a lawsuit. Rumours around the internet say the agency was ordered to declassify the document in 2004, but did not officially release it until 2011, which they did so quietly. Not many details are available about the document, except for the fact that it is real, and published in the NSA database via their technical journal.
It’s titled ”Key to Extraterrestrial Messages,” and a gentleman by the name of “H. Campaigne” attempts to decode the messages.
It states:
“Dr. Campaigne presented a series of 29 messages from outer space…The following article develops a key to these messages.”
A paragraph from the Appendix reads as follows:
“Recently, a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again.”
Towards the end of the document, the author states that “we have penetrated the meaning of basic symbols, and even more important, have learned some of the syntax rules- of the notation, and have caught mistakes in the process. We have a few words for sophisticated concepts, and given more data, with a little labor, we could establish its translation.”
There was no document to be found that actually describes what exactly they found out, and what that translation was.

• Chinese scientists have developed a prototype electromagnetic thruster, or “EmDrive”, as an alternative propulsion system to a fuel-based propellant.
• The EmDrive propulsion system could allow travel to Mars in weeks.
• British scientist Roger Shawyer first proposed the EmDrive concept in 1999.
• The Chinese began their work on a practical EmDrive system in 2009.
• NASA has been working to develop its own EmDrive propulsion system since 2014.
A mysterious propulsion system that ‘defies physics’ may be close to reality in China, where scientists say they have finished work on the EmDrive. Much sought after by space agencies, the system could potentially allow for travel to Mars in weeks.
Scientists in China claim to have developed a working prototype of the EmDrive, according to state TV, with a test due to take place in space in the near future. Developed by scientist Dr Chen Yue at the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST), it would put China’s space agency ahead of NASA.
The EmDrive is key to the future of space exploration, eliminating the need for a conventional propellant to produce thrust. “For every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction,” Newton’s Third Law states, emphasizing the need for propellant in all modes of travel.
China claims to have defied that law, producing an EmDrive that produces thrust by bouncing microwaves around in a closed container with no propellant required. In theory, this is the equivalent of “trying to pull yourself up by your shoelaces and hoping you’ll levitate,” Steven Thomson of the University of St Andrews said in 2015.
A leaked paper from NASA last year showed the drive was possible and that the space agency was busy at work on their own version. Their theorized model could generate approximately 1.2 millinewtons of thrust per kilowatt were the power input to be scaled up.
In comparison, one of the most powerful thrusters in development and powered by ejecting plasma, the Hall thruster, generates about 60 millinewtons of thrust per kilowatt, reported Next Big Future.
In a previous article by Drew Prindle on August 1, 2014 (digitaltrends.com) entitled “NASA Confirms ‘Impossible’ Thruster Actually Works”, he reported that British scientist Roger Shawyer first developed the EmDrive, and Chinese and American NASA scientists later confirmed it:
When Roger Shawyer first unveiled his EmDrive thruster back around 2003, the scientific community laughed at him. They said it was impossible, that it was based on a flawed concept, and couldn’t work because it goes against the laws of conservation of momentum. But somehow, despite all of the reasons it shouldn’t work, it does.
Scientists at NASA just confirmed it.
Shawyer’s engine provides thrust by “bouncing microwaves around in a closed chamber.” That’s it. There’s no need for a propellant of any kind like rocket fuel. When filled with resonating microwaves, the conical chamber of the thruster experiences a net thrust toward the wide end. These microwaves can be generated using electricity, which can be provided by solar energy. In theory, this means that the thruster can work forever, or at least until its hardware fails.
Initially, the idea was met with criticism because it flies in the face of Newtonian physics, which dictate that no closed system can have this kind of net thrust. Shawyer, however, says that net thrust occurs because the microwaves have a group velocity that’s greater in one direction when Einstein’s relativity comes into play. But can it really?
Apparently, yes. The idea was first confirmed by a group of Chinese scientists back in 2009. They built their own version of Shawyer’s thruster and were able to produce 720 milinewtons of force — but even then, nobody really believed it.
Now, American scientists at NASA have given the EmDrive a go, and once again confirmed that it actually works. The test results were presented on July 30 at the 50th Joint Propulsion Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, and astonishingly enough, they are positive. The team behind the drive still doesn’t know why it works, just that it does.
“Test results indicate that the RF resonant cavity thruster design, which is unique as an electric propulsion device, is producing a force that is not attributable to any classical electromagnetic phenomenon and therefore is potentially demonstrating an interaction with the quantum vacuum virtual plasma,” the report reads.
Therefore, we’ve still got a long road ahead of us before we’ve got energy-harvesting, self-propelled intergalactic spacecraft, but these studies (assuming they’re not flawed) suggest we’ve made a major breakthrough in space propulsion systems. With further refinement, microwave thrusters could drastically cut the cost of satellites and space stations, and potentially even make it possible to travel to distant planets, like Mars, in weeks rather than months or years.

Scientists have found key evidence which suggests life may once have existed on Mars.
Nasa’s Curiosity rover has detected boron, a key ingredient for life, on the dusty surface of the Red Planet.
The discovery is a huge boost in the hunt for extraterrestrials and could back up a theory suggesting life on Mars may have been forced underground when disaster turned the planet into a “frigid desert”.
Patrick Gasda, a postdoctoral researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory said: “Because borates may play an important role in making RNA – one of the building blocks of life – finding boron on Mars further opens the possibility that life could have once arisen on the planet.
“Borates are one possible bridge from simple organic molecules to RNA. Without RNA, you have no life. “The presence of boron tells us that, if organics were present on Mars, these chemical reactions could have occurred.” RNA is ribonucleic acid, a nucleic acid present in all modern life which is involved in the decoding and expression of genes from DNA. It is known to be unstable, so unless boron is present it decomposes quickly. Gasda’s work is detailed in a study published this week in the journal Geophysical Research Letters. It describes how Nasa’s buggy found the element in calcium sulphate mineral “veins” in the rocky surface. That means boron was present in Mars groundwater and indicates that the Gale crater, where Nasa’s robo buggy is right now, may have been home to life. It bolsters the bizarre theory that life originated on Mars and was carried to Earth on an asteroid.

Paola: It is a pleasure to see you here in Roswell. I think that you said that you grew up in this area. I think you said that you lived here when you were about 3 to 13 years old?
Mitchell: I lived here from when I was five until I went off to College. We had a family business in the valley. It was between Roswell and Artesia.
Paola: Friends talked you into coming to speak here at the UFO museum?
Mitchell: I resisted for a long time.
Paola: Did you resist because it was connected with the UFO phenomenon?
Mitchell: No. I think I’ve reached the point that I‘m convinced enough of the reality of the ET presence and I’m not going to deny it and shy away from it. I don’t get into it in detail. That is not my area.
Paola: I know that your area is more the metaphysical.
Mitchell: Well, I think it is an interaction there. Particularly since there does seem to be a non-local communication or mental tie here with some of these functions, whether they are real or not, I don’t know.
Paola: Can I ask you, why is it they pick you of all the astronauts? In the media you have been selected as one who represents the astronauts’ testimony as to this UFO reality, although you mentioned you never saw one in space. Gordon Cooper talks a lot more about it in his book Leap of Faith. So why you? Is it by talking about the metaphysical they have attached you to the weirdness factor?
Mitchell: I think it was the personal connection, since I had personal contacts in this area. I think it is my credibility as a scientist. I am very, very incredulous about what I see. I can’t throw caveats in. I don’t make blanket statements. Although my experience is not first hand experience, I have become a spokesman for my colleagues who did have first hand experience. I am very clear about all of these things and I am very clear about where our lack of knowledge is. What is the frontier? What are the unknowns? What are the parameters that we don’t understand? I think this gives me a lot of credibility.
Paola: What advice would you give those serious researchers that want an answer and, let’s say, dream of harmony with cosmic cultures? What advice would you give them?
Mitchell: We are dealing with a difficult process here. The main problem is that we, as an Earth civilization, have not come to understand ourselves; see ourselves in a cosmic sense at all. We are still very provincial. We fight over religion. In my opinion, fundamentalist Christians are just as bad as fundamentalist Islam and, at the very core, neither religion is like that. In the inner core of both of them, these religions talk about qualities like Love and Brotherhood.
Paola: You are saying that there are more similarities than differences?
Mitchell: Of course. It’s the cultural differences. It is not an intrinsic difference. It is like I said in my talk last night: “the transcendent experience is common to every culture in the world” and the transcendent experience is Brotherly Love, Nature, Harmony, the Unity, and cultures, in trying to define it, try to define an external deity as opposed to the process.
Paola: It is easier that way because you don’t have any responsibility. I guess a proverb could be: You can blame it on the devil or God. It is a lack of taking responsibility for who we are.
Mitchell: Well, that’s right, and our ignorance, and it is based on the egos we have. It is the unwillingness to go beyond ego. Transcendence gets you beyond ego. If you go beyond ego, you see all of this in a more decent perspective and you can start to put all pieces together. We haven’t done that yet. Not as a civilization.
Paola: That is why you think that contact is not likely until we get there. Right? Humanity as a species is not there. You mentioned in your talk yesterday, if they ask where you are from, you don’t say from Earth, you say from LA.
Mitchell: Yes. That’s true
Paola: So do you think there has to be a one world, kind of, political situation?
Mitchell: Of course that is what has to happen.
Paola: People have some commonality. Right?
Mitchell: In due course, that’s what has got to happen. If we survive that long. We might wipe ourselves out before that. I don’t think it is a forgone conclusion that we are going to survive. That is where the philosophic, the whole notion of determinism and what the future is like, applies. We are creating the future. It is not determined. If we get our act together and solve our current problems, we could have a sustainable, abundant future. If we don’t, we could wipe ourselves out. We are on the verge of doing it with our current politics. It is regressive; going back the other way.

Paola: I need to ask you a personal question. Would you have liked to have contact with a cosmic culture?
Mitchell: Yes. Of course!
Paola: This is very ironic because you are the chief astronaut spokesman for the ET presence and have never had contact. [That is] like me, who has been in this work for over 30 years now and has never seen a UFO.
Mitchell: Yes. I would. I would like to speak from first-hand experience instead of second-hand experience.
Paola: Has it been lonely for you to have this vision and not many people to share it with, because the vision you have is kind of a “completion” vision; a kind of overall picture vision, and it is true that you are spending three quarters of your time trying to explain it to people.
Mitchell: I would not put it in those terms because I spend ninety per cent of my time trying to explain it to myself!
Paola: But you know that is truth for you. You are outspoken about that.
Mitchell: Well, I‘d like to discover Truth; when I can latch on to something that I think is true. Our knowledge base is incomplete and all we do is keep adding to our knowledge base. I think it laughable, frankly, that the Physics community comes up with a theory for everything. There isn’t one theory for everything. There is not one explanation. We may eventually have several theories that can tie things together nicely but there is not a single theory of everything.
Paola: Like the Big Bang being the main theory of creation – and what about Super String theory and others…?
Mitchell: Well, the Big Bang has gone away but as far as Super String that is suspicious for me. It all starts out with the notion of Big Bang, which starts out, if it were true, starts out with incredibly high temperatures. So they think [we] need to get these high temperatures for this broken symmetry; all this broken symmetry reunited, and we do not have enough energy in the whole galaxy to get to those temperatures, to prove their point. To me, that is the single flaw in Super String theory. Now there are a lot of good points but if it could hold together any better than the Big Bang theory I don’t know. I’m not a physicist.
Paola: You are not going in that direction. You are more into the awareness and what you can accomplish as a human. Is that right?
Mitchell: Yes. And I also think we are moving into a direction of quantum cosmology, as opposed to starting with “big bang” and trying to make quantum physics fit into it.
Paola: Quantum Cosmology. That’s a new term.
Mitchell: That originates from Quantum processes. That is, the quantum fluctuations within a zero-point field can start the process that builds the process, which builds into matter, an irreversible process. We have some evidence that suggests that. We don’t have a Big Bang but we have a lot of little pops! A continuous set of little pops!
Paola: That is a good metaphor. In your talk, one of the things you talked about is that the “intent” creates action. The intent creates our reality, which makes us who we are. If that is true, then that makes us powerful on a planet that has always been undermined by great powers trying to put down the masses. So, is the idea that “intent” creates, and we can create realities, and we can also create events?
Mitchell: We are creating. I don’t create yours and you don’t create mine but we each create “ours!”
Paola: In the past we have always given up our power to the power structures, so would you agree that it is very likely unpopular to the individual people and that it is hard for them to believe they have power?
Mitchell: You have to tie it with transcendence because, when you transcend the transcendent states, you get past the ego structure, and at that point you don’t need laws, you have “morality!” You have inborn, natural ethics because it is built on Love.
Paola: That seems to be the secret word.
Mitchell: Yes. That is why the ancient traditions, even Christianity, say God is Love. There is symmetry here. The fundamental step where you get into this transcendent state is this feeling of ebullience, love and caring and unity.
Paola: And you do not need laws.
Mitchell: That is the law! You learn to live in that. It is hard to live in that too when you are in this world, that is why the great mystics go to the mountains tops; to get away from the world, so they don’t have to deal with it – but it doesn’t help the world that much.”
I do admit that to effect change you need to submit to the “slings and arrows of outrageous fortune” and, especially for a woman researcher, it becomes a severe credibility issue. We all get discouraged at times but to have a conversation like this with Dr. Mitchell was a once-in-a-lifetime event. The metaphysical methodology he speaks about is the very “key” to unlocking the phenomena. This wisdom is that of many centuries of study.
President Obama pledged to land humans on Mars in last night’s State of the Union speech. In a show of his commitment he arranged to have astronaut Scott Kelly in the audience.
Kelly is scheduled to spend a year in the International Space Station. Kelly’s mission is vital for a future manned mission to Mars given the three years or so for a round trip.
Last month, we launched a new spacecraft as part of a re-energized space program that will send American astronauts to Mars. In two months, to prepare us for those missions, Scott Kelly will begin a year-long stay in space.
Republicans and Democrats all stood to give Kelly a standing ovation after Obama’s introduction.
On Dec. 5, 2014, NASA successfully tested its Orion spacecraft which will be used for manned missions to Mars. The Orion will be launched on top of NASA’s new heavy lift rocket, the Space Launch System which is scheduled to be ready by 2018. The Space Launch System is planned to become NASA’s most powerful rocket launch vehicle ever, surpassing the Saturn V rockets used for the Apollo missions five decades ago.
Back in April 2010, President Obama gave a speech at the Kennedy Space Center where he revealed his plan to get humans to Mars by 2035. “I expect to be around to see it,” Obama told NASA employees.
NASA is not the only U.S. organization planning to put humans on Mars. Elon Musk’s Space-X is also planning to develop sufficiently powerful rockets and spacecraft for the long trip Mars.
“The reason SpaceX was created was to accelerate development of rocket technology, all for the goal of establishing a self-sustaining, permanent base on Mars,” Musk told an audience back in May 2014. Musk plans to develop a Falcon Heavy Lift rocket, the most powerful rocket since the Saturn V that will be used for manned missions to Mars.
If all goes well for NASA and Space X, sometime within the next decade or two, humans will be taken to Mars. The first human landing on Mars will be a historic global event, rivaling the first moon landing. Or will it? Ardent conspiracy theorists argue that humans have already landed on Mars.
Alleged whistleblowers have come forward over the last few years claiming to have traveled to a secret colony on Mars using different classified travel technologies. Among the more recent is ‘Captain Kaye’, who claims to have spent 17 years on a Mars military base after being taken there by a spacecraft belonging to a classified space fleet. Another alleged whistleblower, Andrew Basiago, an attorney based in Washington state, claims to have been teleported to a secret Mars base after being recruited into a classified program called Project Pegasus.
Without concrete evidence to support extraordinary claims of a secret human colony already on Mars, there has been heated controversy. Is there a secret space fleet already ferrying humans to Mars; or advanced teleportation technologies for instantaneous travel there?
One thing we can be sure of from the Edward Snowden NSA leaks, intelligence agencies are very skilled in hiding highly classified programs through compartmentalization. Documents confirm that the NSA and its partners train operatives to use covert forms of online deception to lead the public away from the truth.
For President Obama, his immediate challenge is to convince the Republican controlled Congress that putting humans on Mars is a policy worth funding.
RT News today ran a story about what appears to be a coffin on Mars filmed by NASA’s Curiosity Rover. The coffin-like object is rectangular and very symmetrical, with smooth edges and curves. Its color is different to nearby rocks. According to a Dec. 28, UFO Sightings Daily report the object is a coffin made of stone designed to “stand the test of time.” The original Curiosity Rover image was taken on Oct 10, 2012 (Sol 64) and can be independently viewed on NASA’s JPL website. Clearly, the image is not photoshopped suggesting either a remarkable symmetrical rock formation, or an actual ancient coffin laying intact on the Martian surface.
The coffin like object was first identified by Youtube user, Will Farrar (aka WhatsUpInTheSky37) who wrote in his description:
This little box sure does look like a modern coffin concrete liner. As well as the stonework on the back part of the hill that looks like stairs or some left over stonework from some old civilizations constructions.
This stone object looks like a coffin. Coffins are made to stand the test of time, but this one is made from a stone like substance. What would it take to get NASA to turn the rover around and examine the contents of this box? It looks to be about one meter across and a foot and a half wide and high.
RT News raises the possibility that the object may be an example of Pareidolia which is described as “a psychological phenomenon of noticing a significant pattern in unexpected places.”
The highly symmetrical nature of the coffin-like object, however, suggests that this is not simply a case of Pareidolia. It’s highly unlikely though, that Curiosity Rover will investigate further an anomaly captured on film over two years ago. Judging from public reaction so far, many believe that the Curiosity Rover image is evidence of an artificially created object from a past Martian civilization. If the object is a coffin, then it is a good metaphor for the fate of NASA’s decades-long policy of covering up evidence of extraterrestrial life.
Yesterday was a good day for those proposing that extraterrestrial life currently exists on Mars. In a Dec. 16 paper published in the journal Science, NASA says that significant methane levels were detected by the Curiosity Rover over a two month period suggesting that “Mars is episodically producing methane from an … unknown source.” The “unknown source”, as a number of mainstream media articles were quick to point out given what is known about the creation of methane, may be extraterrestrial life, The New York Times published an article titled, “’A Great Moment’: Rover finds Clue that Mars May Harbor Life,” The Guardian wrote “Methane ‘spikes’ fuel speculation of life on Mars.” ScientificAmerican used as its subtitle: “New results suggest evidence for extraterrestrial life could be near at hand.” This is not the first time that NASA has released scientific data pointing to life on Mars. On previous occasions, NASA scientists argued over the results. Judging from the number of authors to the Dec. 16 paper, there appears to be rare unanimity. Are we on the verge of a major NASA announcement that reveals life has been found on Mars?
The New York Times pointed out that NASA’s announcement is a major reversal on the position it reached only a year earlier :
“the new findings … are a 180-degree flip from a year ago, when mission scientists said that Curiosity had found no signs of methane,”
The Curiosity Rover also found carbon-based organic molecules the significance of which the New York Times explained from comments given at a News Conference by NASA scientists at the American Geophysical Union:
The scientists also reported that for the first time, they had confirmed the presence of carbon-based organic molecules in a rock sample. The so-called organics are not direct signs of life, past or present, but they lend weight to the possibility that Mars had the ingredients required for life, and may even still have them.
NASA’s announcement is good news for scientists that have claimed that previous scientific data from Mars suggested that life exists there in the form of microbes. The most famous was the “Labeled Release” experiment from the 1976 Viking mission that obtained positive results for evidence of Martian life. The experiment’s designer, Dr Gilbert Levin, thought the results clearly indicated Martian life, but he was not supported by the NASA administration. In a 2012 reassessment of Gilbert’s experiment, he was finally supported by an independent team of scientists who concluded:
The only extraterrestrial life detection experiments ever conducted were the three which were components of the 1976 Viking Mission to Mars. Of these, only the Labeled Release experiment obtained a clearly positive response…. We have applied complexity analysis to the Viking LR data….We conclude that the complexity pattern seen in active experiments strongly suggests biology while the different pattern in the control responses is more likely to be non-biological….These analyses support the interpretation that the Viking LR experiment did detect extant microbial life on Mars.
More controversial are the claims by Richard Hoover, a former NASA senior scientist who claims that in 2004, the Mars Rover, Opportunity photographed what clearly looked like the fossilized remains of a crinoid, a marine animal that looks like a sea lily. Hoover showed it to colleagues who immediately recognized the object as a crinoid. However, rather than examine the exciting possibility that Opportunity had photographed the fossilized remains of a living organism, Hoover said that less than four hours after taking the photo, Opportunity’s rock abrasion tool ground the area where the possible fossil lay into dust. He asked David McKay, the former chief astrobiologist at the Johnson Space Center, why this had been done. The response Hoover received was less than satisfactory.
Gilbert’s and Hoover’s experiences suggest that there are those at a senior level in the NASA administration that have in the past deliberately prevented evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars being accepted, and even destroyed. This makes NASA’s reversal of its previous conclusions of methane levels on Mars significant, as is the emphasis that the New York Times gives to NASA’s recent backtracking. Has NASA changed its policy on releasing evidence of life of Mars?
Possible support for a recent policy shift can be construed from no less than NASA administrator Charles Bolden who made a surprising statement about life on Mars in an Oct. 9 interview in London:

NASA may be simply driven by new scientific data gained by the Curiosity Rover as the Dec. 16 Science article suggests. Alternatively, it may be that there has been a recent policy shift in the higher echelons of NASA, and it is poised to release data finally confirming that life, at least in the form of primitive microbes, does currently exist on Mars.

A photograph taken by the Mars Curiosity Rover shows what appears to be an elongated skull on the Martian surface. According to an October 18, 2014, report by UFO Sightings Daily, the curious object is an elongated head similar to those found in ancient Egypt. In a Youtube video, the Martian skull like object is compared to elongated human skulls found in various Egyptian murals and the similarity is striking.
Around the same time the skull like object began to be discussed on the internet, NASA administrator Charles Bolden made a surprising statement about life on Mars in an October 9 interview in London:

The photograph was taken by Curiosity Rover on September 14, 2014 and was the focus of a video posted a month later. In the video, comparisons with various elongated human skulls depicted in Egyptian murals and statues, the suggestion is that the object is a human skull. If so, then the elongated skull may be evidence of a tangible connection between ancient Egypt and Mars. Both Earth and Mars at one time in their history possessed a human population with elongated skulls that were part of their respective planetary leaders.
Whatever the origin of the mysterious object, it is unlikely that the Curiosity Rover will investigate it more closely due to the standard response by NASA that such fossil like bone fragments are just rocks. For example, in its response to a Mars Rover image of what appeared to be a thigh bone found on Mars, NASA responded that it was nothing more than rock. Former NASA employees, such as Richard Hoover, however disagree. Hoover claims that NASA administrators go to great lengths to cover up the possibility of Martian life, and in one case directed one of the Rover missions to actually destroy evidence of a Martian fossil.
Perhaps NASA’s standard response is right, and the skull looking object captured by Curiosity Rover is just a rock. Alternatively, the object may be the elongated skull of a humanoid species that had a historical connection to ancient Egypt. Was NASA Administrator Bolden’s October 9 claim of past Martian life purely coincidental in timing, or the start of NASA releasing more of what it really knows about life on Mars?
The state of the world “Switch on the news and you see record-breaking protests, historic uprisings and riots on once-calm streets – there’s no doubt that growing income inequality is an issue of central importance.”
This is not a quote from a recent article in a magazine for social change, but the opening statement of chapter 2 in the recent Outlook on the Global Agenda 2014 report from the World Economic Forum, best known for its annual meeting of the global elite in Davos. World leaders are finally becoming more aware of the dangers of the enormous, and widening, gap between rich and poor, and that this trend cannot be allowed to continue unchecked was also reflected in President Obama’s State of the Union speech of January 2014: “Today, after four years of economic growth, corporate profits and stock prices have rarely been higher, and those at the top have never done better. But average wages have barely budged. Inequality has deepened. (…) The cold, hard fact is that even in the midst of recovery, too many Americans are working more than ever just to get by – let alone get ahead.” He then went on to outline policies meant to address the dangers inherent in the growing disparity in income and opportunity.

One way that people with a heart and some common sense often express their disbelief about humanity’s dysfunctional ways of relating to itself and the planet is by taking the perspective of an outsider: “If a Martian were to visit our planet…” followed by an observation of the way humans have complicated life for themselves or other creatures that makes no sense on any level beyond a profit motive. Perhaps it is not surprising, in this context, that it has taken world leaders so long to recognize the dangers engendered by these social inequalities. While many readers of these pages will be aware that we have been visited and are being visited by people from other planets, many might not know that these same visitors have repeatedly voiced their concerns about the way we have chosen to organise society around the need to earn money for daily living and pursuing the “dream” of limitless wealth, no matter if it kills the planet. For instance, in 1954, during his sojourn on a mothership, George Adamski was told by his hosts from space: “If man is to live without catastrophe, he must look upon his fellow being as himself, the one a reflection of the other.” After many years of sustained contact with the people from other planets Adamski added in December 1964: “[T]o have a healthy and prosperous society, that which causes the most trouble must be removed. As we all know, this stigma is poverty in the midst of plenty. It is the cause of sickness, crime, and the many evils that we know…”
Encounters with people from space
Daniel Fry
A civilian consultant with the military in the late 1940s, Daniel Fry was contacted July 4, 1949 by a saucer pilot who landed in front of him in the desert after Mr Fry had missed his bus home. At some point during his contact, which he claims included a ride in the saucer from California to New York and back, Mr Fry was told, “With freedom from want comes freedom of fear and your civilization would be safely past the critical point in its development.”
Likewise, Truman Bethurum, a road worker from California, was contacted late July 1952. His contact did not involve a trip in the ‘scow’, as he called the saucer, but he was invited aboard for discussions with its captain on seven or eight occasions. Of these, he said he “got the impression that cooperation among all of their people is an inherent feature of their lives, and that poverty is unknown. Also, that what we call riches or wealth is certainly more evenly distributed than on our earth.” As a result, the captain tells him, there are no criminals or conmen on their planet (identified as ‘Clarion’). “Not even speculators. (…) If we had them on Clarion it would soon be of small worth; we’d have mansions and slums, as you do.”
Buck Nelson, a farmer and saw mill owner from Denver who was first contacted late July 1954, wrote after having visited some of the planets in our system: “Some of our commonly used methods of making a living would be absolutely unacceptable to them. One of these methods is our practice of making money from money in so many different ways.”
Finally, Brazilian contactee Dino Kraspedon (pseudonym for Aladino Félix), who had his experience around the same time that George Adamski had his famous encounter in the California desert in November 1952, was told quite unequivocally even then: “…wars take place against the wishes of most people, because poor people do not fight easily. Carnage has become the perquisite of the rich and powerful… Abundance blinded them, gluttony clouded their vision. Strife is the product of egoism.”
In the event, governments and the military managed to discredit the experiences and information that these men were asked to share with the world in the midst of the Cold War. Yet, in the 1960s one contactee was given unprecedented insights into the social organisation of the home planet of his contactors.
The story of a businessman

Dutch businessman Ad (short for Adrian) Beers and his family were sailing the Oosterscheldt, a large estuary in the south west of Holland, one summer evening, when his yacht’s compass seemed broken. While sailing back to the harbour, he was suddenly staring into a strong blue-white searchlight. Switching the engine into reverse, full power, could not prevent the boat hitting something solid. Upon closer inspection it seemed as if Mr Beers’ boat had hit the hull of an overturned ship and he saw a body floating in the water nearby. As he jumped overboard with a lifeline, he landed on a hard surface at a depth of just three feet. Shortly after he had secured the lifeline to the floating body someone in a similar outfit as the drowning person, which looked like a space suit, came wading through the water to assist him in his rescue efforts. He then describes how the sight of an “animal-like face, with large square pupils in the eyes, which were both hypnotic and self-assured” struck him like a thunderbolt.
It was only then that he realised they were visitors from another planet who, out of gratitude for his rescue efforts, went on to offer him detailed information about their world. Over the course of two days he was shown vivid images of the way society on ‘Iarga’, as they called their planet, was organised accompanied by detailed explanations of the underlying philosophy.
Being the director-general of the Dutch importer for Swedish lorry manufacturer Scania, Mr Beers presented his story as science fiction under the pseudonym of Stefan Denaerde (‘Steve of Earth’), in the hugely successful book Buitenaardse beschaving (‘Extraterrestrial Civilization’) in 1969. In 1977 the first English edition was published as Operation Survival Earth, while an expanded edition was published five years later by the late Wendelle Stevens as Contact from Planet Iarga.
With his own background as a business executive Mr Beers was immensely impressed by the, what he considered terrifying, efficiency of the planet’s social organisation: “This must be a universally governed planet, but seemingly so strictly governed that everything was streamlined and standardized. What a terrible thought!” Yet, in deploring what he perceives as a lack of the characteristic that lies at the core of the ills of present-day society, at the same time he witnesses to some degree of perfection what the participants in the Italian Friendship Case were taught by their contacts from space, and which seems to be the aim for humanity as we respond more and more to the Aquarian energies of unity and synthesis: “Their weak point is the development of their individuality. They do almost everything in groups, they think collectively and they obey the laws of their society to the letter. They live for and through the friendship and love within the group.”
Planetary governments and social systems About the level of attainment of his hosts the writer says: “Their definition of the word civilization or culture has nothing to do with the scientific or technological development level, but with the manner in which the community takes care of the handicapped or weaker beings. The word superculture defines the situation that arises when through individual effort, a group structure has arisen which abolishes any discrimination against any individual.”
Reminiscent of the findings in the Brandt Commission’s 1980 report North-South: A Programme For Survival, that the only way out of our problems on Earth is a recognition of our mutual interdependence and the need for global policies to ensure the basic needs of every human being, Mr Beers’ contacts from space tell him: “Our cosmic universal economic system can be compared to both communism and the capitalist Western economy. One can also say that our cosmic economics can’t be compared to either. (…) It is only through this system that a race can achieve a cultural level of social stability.”
While the people on Earth at present are caught in a grossly skewed system that reduces them to servants of ‘the economy’ and where austerity measures that cut deep into social services are justified by politicians as “necessary to stimulate the economy”, the strictly regulated economic system on ‘Iarga’ serves the needs of the people and even helps the author, as an exponent of the free market system, to see how a system based on justice also helps freedom to flourish: “The universal economic system shows itself in practice to be an efficient production system of goods and services, placing prior importance in the sectors housing, nutrition and transport. (…) The aim of this system is to free the individual as much as possible from non-creative, servile work.” Indeed, “the universal economic system that exists by a great many intelligent races, does not concern itself with money, possession, or payment. The aim of this system is to free the people from material influences and motivation”.
Iarga
In response to questions about the means of exchange and systems of governments on other planets, George Adamski wrote in October 1957: “Their means of exchange is a commodity and service exchange system, without the use of money. All production is for the benefit of everyone, with each receiving according to their needs. And since no money is involved, there are no “rich”; there are no “poor”. But all share equally, working for the common good. (…) The needs of the people are considered impartially by [a body of representatives elected from every district and every walk of life], and problems are solved for the common good of all.” This sounds like the advanced system of barter that esotericist and futurologist Benjamin Creme has foretold as the means of distributing resources on a global scale after the economic meltdown that is about to hit humanity, and it can also be found in the accounts of several other contactees.
Likewise, Ad Beers is told: “…we have no money, but everyone can go on holiday (…) if they wish.” And: “Nothing is paid for on Iarga, only registered. What a consumer uses is registered in the computer center (…) and this may not exceed that to which he has a right.” His contacts from space explain to him that on ‘Iarga’ two worldwide consumer organizations “stimulate the [production] trusts to produce the goods that are needed. The trusts are not permitted to advertise or exert any influence on the consumer, as this could never be objective” because “[i]n a socially stable society, you would have not only freedom of speech, but, even more important, freedom of thought. Propaganda, repeated one-sided information, damaged the freedom of thought…”
When Mr Beers asked the visitors from space for more specific technological knowledge to advance Earth’s civilization, the reply could not have been clearer: “The last thing that you need is technological information to increase the gap between your intellectual development and your almost non-existent social development. Carry on playing with your Mars probes for the moment, as half of your world’s population lives in poverty and hunger. The only information you need lies in the field of societal standards.”
Based on the descriptions that Mr Beers gives of the information that is shared with him, the current writer, whose previous research indicates that the ET presence on Earth originates from planets in our own solar system, would speculate that the crew of the ship that Mr Beers sailed into were actually from the planet Mars, which Truman Bethurum described as “a great manufacturing planet”. Benjamin Creme has said that Mars is at the same level of evolution as Earth, but “Mars has not made as many mistakes as we have, which is why it has a technology unbelievably ahead of ours. They are masters of space, masters of energy. They make most of the spacecraft we see and call UFOs, from small scout ships to gigantic motherships. Even some of the Venusian craft are made on Mars to Venusian specifications.” (Readers who are still under the illusion that Life can only be carbon-based and express itself exclusively in dense-physical form are referred to Chapter 5 of my book Here to Help: UFOs and the Space Brothers for an explanation of the concept of life on the etheric (subtle) physical planes of matter, which science is looking for as “dark matter” or “dark energy”. Another interesting clue as to the reality of the etheric planes was reported early July 2014 when astrophysicists announced that their research shows there is 400 per cent more light in intergalactic space than could be attributed to known sources.)

Despite the focus in Ad Beers’ story being on the more mundane aspects of life on ‘Iarga’, his exchange with the space people included some ‘philosophical’ points that will ring a bell with readers who are familiar with the teachings on detachment of, for instance, J. Krishnamurti: “Happiness is being at peace with oneself and one’s surroundings. This is determined to a large extent by one’s success in achieving self-set goals, in other words, by a ruthless appraisal of oneself. This individual striving to reach a self-chosen goal [as opposed to competing with others; GA] is the creativity in man.” And: “The body with all its selfish demands is just a shell. We are only concerned with the creative intellect, the soul that is capable of unselfish thought. How do we educate children for freedom and happiness? Freedom is the absence of the effect of compulsion on the individual’s behaviour. Freedom cannot be obtained with a weapon in the hand. It can only be obtained by the parents’ careful mental forming of their children, by the correct conception of good and evil.”
So, while the world is poised, even unknowingly, for the final act in the planetary drama that is being played out as the collapse of our defective systems erodes any semblance of democracy and forces humanity to once again face the spiritual realities of life and join hands to demand justice and freedom for all, it is interesting to note that not only Life and the human kingdom are universal occurrences throughout Cosmos as I have documented elsewhere, but so apparently are the Laws that govern their expression in right human relations as the foundation for a sane social system that ensures the survival of the race and the safe progress of its civilization.
With much more information along the same lines from these and other contactees, which I will be presenting in my upcoming book, a new definition of exopolitics presents itself. The simplest definition of ‘exopolitics’ at the moment goes something like: “The study of the political actors, processes and institutions associated with extraterrestrial life.” For some this presupposes the existence of extraterrestrial life, for others merely the possibility of such. Readers who are familiar with my books will know that I take the extraterrestrial presence on Earth as an indisputable fact, based on a triangulation of correspondences between the information from the original contactees of the 1950s, humanity’s shared wisdom of the ages, and the experiences of dignitaries and officials in recent decades, against the background of the changes engulfing our world today.
Based on the information in this article, and its pertinence to the state of the world today – which has also been pointed out by Paul Hellyer in his 2010 book Light at the End of the Tunnel – A Survival Plan for the Human Species – a much more practical definition of the term ‘exopolitics’ seems appropriate, which goes back to the original meaning of its constituents, with ‘exo’ meaning “(from) outside” and ‘politics’ meaning “matters concerning the state or its citizens”:
Exopolitics [noun, uncount]: People from other planets showing humanity alternative, saner ways of organising society, without imposing their views.
This makes ‘exopolitics’ at once a much more urgent concept, as it places the ET presence on Earth solidly in the context of the crises facing humanity today – political, economic, financial, social and environmental.

The Huffington Post today attempted to debunk claims that Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko is transmitting radio signals and may in fact be an ancient spaceship. Post writer Michael Rundle picked up on an earlier September 29 story released on the popular UFO Sightings Daily blogsite titled: “NASA Records Radio Signals Coming From Comet 67P For Over 20 Years!” The UFO Sightings Daily story repeated claims made a week earlier in a Youtube video that is going viral allegedly showing UFOs and a radio transmission tower on Comet 67P. Rundle concludes that the claims are a sensationalist take on flimsy evidence. Is he correct?
First, let’s start with last week’s announcement that the European Space Agency’s Rosetta Mission had set November 12 as the date that its lander, Philae, would land on the 2.5 x 2.2 mile Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. The scheduled landing will be the first time that a spacecraft will have successfully landed on a comet. In 2005, Japan’s Hayabusa spacecraft failed in its landing attempt on another asteroid. For astrobiologists, the landing will be an opportunity to look for and examine any organic materials on Comet 67P to assess their potential as building blocks for life. If Comet 67P is found to contain amino acids, for example, that would make it possible that comets are an effective means to disseminate organic material essential for the creation of life. This would make the comet landing a continuation of a long series of NASA and ESA missions to find where the conditions for life may be found on our solar system.
A recent photograph of the comet taken by the Rosetta spacecraft suggest another reason for the mission. According to BPEarthWatch’s Youtube video one of these photos reveals a number of UFOs flying over the surface of Comet 67P and what looks like a radio transmission tower. BP Watch also displayed an anonymous email from an alleged ESA insider who claims that the Rosetta mission was indeed established to investigate radio signals detected 20 years ago suggestive of an extraterrestrial intelligence in association with the comet. Scott Waring from UFO Sightings agreed and posted his endorsement of BPEarthWatch’s claims on September 28.
The images are too blurry to conclude anything according to Rundle, who in addition points out that the claims fail to address a number of questions:
If the comet is emitting radio waves, why has no one else been able to tune it? If there are UFOs inside, why haven’t they been caught in any detail in any of the hundreds of high-resolution photographs taken by the comet? If the radio waves were picked up by NASA, why did they leave the space mission to investigate to the European Space Agency?
While one can agree with Rundle’s assessment that the blurred objects in the photograph are inconclusive, that is not the same as saying they are NOT artificial objects. Furthermore, his questions fail to acknowledge NASA’s long history of deceiving the public over evidence of extraterrestrial life. For example, on August 19, Russian scientists announced that they had discovered microbes flourishing on the windows of the International Space Station. If true, this would show that microbial life could exist in the vacuum of space. This would revolutionize the scientific understanding of how life can be disseminated through space via comets, thereby lending critical support to the theory of Panspermia. What was NASA’s response to this significant public revelation by Russian scientists? Silence!
There are other examples of NASA deliberately muzzling evidence pointing to the existence of extraterrestrial life. Veteran scientists such as Richard Hoover, who worked for NASA for 46 years, have publicly disagreed with NASA’s muzzling which goes high up the chain of command.
In response to Rundle’s questions, it may be that NASA, with the cooperation of the European Space Agency, is again muzzling evidence of extraterrestrial life. A dissident scientist from the European Space Agency may well have leaked the truth about Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko through an anonymous email. Based on the photos released so far by the Rosetta Mission showing a tower-like structure, Comet 67P may be transmitting radio signals that were picked up as long as 20 years ago by NASA, and has UFOs flying on its surface. On the other hand, Rundle might be right, and the most we can look forward to after November 12 is that some amino acids are found on the surface of Comet 67P lending support to the theory of Panspermia.

SO WHAT IS EXOPOLITICS?
In simple terms, I’ll say that EXOPOLITICS is the field of research and political activism dealing with the cultural and practical implications of an extraterrestrial presence. Open systems theories, autopoiesis and complexity sciences, “exoconsciousness” (or the role of consciousness in cosmological, organizational, and evolutionary processes), holographic theories (like astronaut Edgar Mitchell’s), information-based physics, alternative non-classical technologies, quantum computing, non-standard, coherent interpretations and applications of quantum and quantum-relativistic phenomena, variations on M-Theory, zero-point energy, possible forms of canceling gravity and inertia as well as studies in relation to a physics connecting consciousness, retrocausality, information, multiple realities, geometry, higher dimensionality and even “subtle energies.”

In this manner Exopolitics will resonate more in accord with the philosophical shift bound to modify other disciplines related to the possibility of a profound transformation and reestructuring of civilization (disciplines like Astrobiology, an emergent consciousness and information-based, hyperdimensional physics and even perhaps Ecology, Economy and the Complexity Sciences). I think that discovering how to integrate qualitative and quantitave conceptual structures and methods under shared axioms, patterns and principles will assist humanity in establishing a less dichotomous and more intelligently inclusive dialogue with extraterrestrial civilizations.
Currently, Exopolitics primarily uses the more qualitative methods of the social sciences basically to produce evaluations or assessments (akin to intelligence assessments) about different cultural, political, strategic, legal, interactive and social situations pertaining to an actual or to a possible extraterrestrial presence. It aims at being useful for political decision-making in relation to extraterrestrial life and – as an extension – in relation to space law and the actual use of space. The legal status of extraterrestrial beings and even of their alleged bases on Earth and rights to traverse the skies of current modern nation-states is also considered.Whenever possible serious exopoliticians analyze andcompare information with (verified or probable) leaked or declassified official documents. The probable motivations behind individuals, institutions and groups are also analyzed. Likewise, probable historical patterns of interaction in what appears to be an ancient human-extraterrestrial relationship are researched and there’s an attempt to elucidate the diverse probable interests and purposes behind policies of cover-up and-or release of information as much as the diverse probable interests and purposes of a variety of extraterrestrial beings.
Also, there’s an attempt to understand which would be the more adequate “paradigms” and rational metaphysical presuppositions needed to constructively assimilate the reality of an interacting extraterrestrial presence. Moreover, there’s an attempt to predict the consequences of a greater degree of publicly recognized contact events with extraterrestrial beings and to educate and (given that representatives from several extraterrestrial civilizations seem to have been continuously interested in establishing various degrees of direct contact with citizens from different countries) promote greater levels of responsible citizen contacts or a responsible “citizen diplomacy” establishing contact protocols based upon the principle of mutual respect.

There’s work going on at NASA which might be slowly revealing a shift in mindset from conventional action-reaction, Newtonian science and denial of extraordinary (i.e “non-classic”) events into a more “exotic,” very useful, no-nonsense science perfectly allowed by the known laws of physics. The “Alcubierre Drive” (based on a paper published in 1994 by Miguel Alcubierre) is becoming feasible. CNN gave the news on 06/18/2014 but advances had been in the works at least officially for a few years. The news mentioned travelling “faster than the speed of light” which is not quite accurate but, nonetheless, the possibility of developing technology to reach distant locations like Alpha Centauri within months or even two weeks made the news a bit of a pro (ET presence) disclosure, an eye-opener.
The chief scientist working on such important interstellar matters for NASA is Engineer Harold “Sonny” White.
In http://www.icarusinterstellar.org/team/harold-white/ we read “Dr. White holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Rice University, a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University, and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Alabama. Dr. White has accumulated over 15 years of experience working in the aerospace industry with Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and NASA.”“Wormholes” and “Warp Drives” come to mind to practically travel great distances in space as allowed by Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity. Both involve manipulating the “fabric” of spacetime and both would require an exotic form of energy known as “negative energy” and-or “negative vacuum energy” which – as of today – is conventionally difficult to obtain.
“Warp Drives” refer to encapsulating spaceships inside a distorted spacetime “bubble” (warped or distorted in relation to an exterior spacetime reference frame). They’re about expanding spacetime behind the spaceship more than at its front (the direction they want to travel). The vehicle thus encapsulated inside this “bubble” would “surf” or “slide” towards a destiny focused ahead of the contracting front and, since there’s is no limit in principle to the amount of space contraction and dilation, it would be able to “surf” at relative speeds many times that of light. More specifically, in relation to the quantum vacuum (which can have different energy densities), two distinct spacetime energy densities derived from that vacuum can move faster than “C” in relation to each other.

While inside the altered spacetime “bubble,” the spaceship itself never travels beyond “C” (the speed of light limit in the vacuum), but that spacetime “bubble” in relation to the spacetime frame outside of it can indeed “move” faster than “C” carrying along the vehicle inside toward an otherwise unbearably distant destination. Impractical differences in the passage of time occurring through Lorentzian effects incurred when accelerating close to the speed of light (but within the same spacetime energy density) would also be overcome. After the warp field/“bubble” within which “surfing astronauts” are traveling is turned off, the time passed within it would correspond to the time passed outside. Passengers would return to their original time frame without having incurred Lorentzian time-dilation effects.
I wonder if the alleged electrogravitational “Biefeld-Brown Effect” is a related way to generate an Alcubierre or Alcubierre-type of propulsion effect. Regarding this effect (thoroughly researched by Thomas Towsend Brown who produced available and also classified patents) it is alleged that – in a disc-shaped, high k (dielectric) capacitor which distributes charges in opposite directions, space-time dips into a “well” on the side of the positive charges as it simultaneously expands as a “hill” on the side of negative charges. Also, allegedly some configurations with high dielectrics, extremely high pulsed voltages and different amperage may result in thrust and movement towards the positive charges even in a hard vacuum, eliminating the possibility that the effect is only due to a coronal discharge interacting with air. Perhaps space-time itself is also distorted by this method which is said to generate a separate, modified space-time “bubble” around a craft, isolating it from inertial effects as it moves in relation to exterior space-time. Does this system also produce negative energy states?
Thomas Townsend Brown tested many disc-shaped capacitors. His work should be considered even today.
The expansion and contraction of gravitational forces would (like in the Alcubierre Drive concept) allow a craft to “surf the cosmos” within its own modified space-time that would (in different degrees) be uncoupled or out of phase with ordinary, exterior space-time. The most efficient shapes, materials, pulsed frequencies, the architecture of multiple smaller capacitors and other details must be classified.
NASA’s Advanced Propulsion Physics Laboratory (“Eagleworks”) is the lab working (within the Johnson Space Center, in Houston, TX) on this promising development and, thus far, there seems to have been some success in spite of the small amount of funding given for this project (perhaps in the order of 50,000 USD). However, scientists are working in a laboratory that was also used to develop inertial components for the Apollo Missions and which can be isolated from vibrations outside. They also have access to precision instruments because the measurements they are attempting to make (with small warp field-generating prototypes) are very small.
The positive effects apparently obtained as of today are tiny but likely (about to be replicated and sufficiently verified) as “proof-of-concept,” perhaps thereafter eventually “maturing” into a practical application. Still, much needs to be carefully tested but, apparently, these almost “proof-of-concept” experiments are quite promising. For success in interstellar travel activities, it seems crucial to produce “negative density/negative pressure,” through a charged negative potential “ring” (or torus) perpendicular to the craft. Capacitors are being used with this toroidal topography. Alcubierre originally suggested his drive would be more feasible with “exotic” negative energy. However, Dr. Harold White has shown that the required potential field may be sustained by using toroidal capacitors with positive energy oscillating within. However, I understand that in order to expand spacetime behind the craft that positive energy oscillating within the toroidal capacitors would still have to produce negative energy states that can be directed.
As one increases the oscillation and the thickness of the toroidal component one may need less exotic mass-energy requirement to produce the space warp but there would be no flat space left for the spacecraft and the oscillations could destroy it. So, in order to protect the spacecraft and its occupants, a careful relationship between the frequency of the oscillation and the thickness of the 3D torus must be found along with a proper separate spacetime warp bubble around the spacecraft, all the while preserving the flat region where the spacecraft is located. To facilitate this, Dr. White found that it would be useful to add a second 3D torus producing the oscillations.

I wonder if the metamaterials being studied by To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA) and the proposals of Dr. Jack Sarfatti can be added into the mix 1) To facilitate the production of negative energy states that expand spacetime, 2) The weakening of the rigidity of spacetime to be able to distort it with even less mass-energy requirement and 3) To facilitate the isolation of the spacecraft from the spacetime warp forming a surrounding Alcubierre Drive-shaped bubble.
A question to think about: May current toroidal “ring” forms perpendicular to the section containing the spaceship crew eventually evolve into whole ellipsoidal forms and/or double discs, thus classic UFO shapes? If we continue to surround the central “cabin” with thick rings or torii it looks like we could form an enclosed ovoid. Another question is whether opening an energy flow from the vacuum (obtaining from the vacuum the energy to oscillate) would potentiate the effect.

The warped bubble of spacetime apparently created inside that negative potential “ring” or torus would be FLAT. Thus the craft inside this “bubble” would experience ZERO acceleration and – within its own frame of reference – it wouldn’t, in fact, go faster than the speed of light.The central region of the bubble (where the warp space spaceship is) would remain within the astronaut’s original spacetime frame and not be affected by relativistic time dilation. But there is no theoretical limit for the speed the spacetime bubble would be able to move with respect to the contextual spacetime in the rest of the universe.
Without feeling/experiencing any acceleration or a challenge to inertia people or objects inside the craft (itself inside the warp or “bubble”) would not crash against the walls. Interestingly Dr. White found (in 2011 and 2012), by making the “ring” (the torus) thicker (like a “lifesaver” candy) the effects are potentiated; while the flatness of space is decreased (would not be a good thing for crew members) the mechanical ‘strain’ required to manipulate spacetime is decreased; meaning that less negative energy would be needed to achieve the Alcubierre Drive effect. Thus the energy density inside the warp or “bubble” would collapse many orders of magnitude. For a 10-meter diameter craft, by thickening the “ring,” “torus” or “donut shape,” the Jupiter-size mass as an energy source once needed can be reduced to, let’s say, the mass the Voyager spacecraft.
Alcubierre’s original work required the use of “negative energy” to expand spacetime behind the spaceship and this poses a technical difficulty. As shown in the first image perhaps the single torus can be doubled. Different configurations can be experimented upon. In a basic presentation found at a Space Vision’s Student Conference found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKTgNCGhq9Y Dr. White explains that “A series of Barium Titanate ceramic capacitors are charged to very high (DC) voltages to establish a very large potential energy, to establish a blue-shifted frame relative to the lab. The net effect according to the field equations should change the perceived wavelength of that leg of the interferometer for a photon as it moves through that (warped) region.” Moreover, “The interference patterns seem to change as a function of time.”
Experimenters are also trying to find Fourier transform changes. They have detected some interesting but (as per this article) not definitive changes. As of today I’ve found little information about the oscillating charge-discharge frequencies used but suspect that they are a key component also needed to magnify the Alcubierre Drive Effect. Could it be that frequencies that may cancel out and “warp” our 4D regular spacetime (possessing a specific stable energy density framework in the quantum vacuum) would be understood as out of phase multiples of a fundamental spacetime oscillation in which our known universe is located?
With a Helium-Neon laser-based interferometer detecting shifting light interference properties Dr. White and his team are trying to measure a small-scale warp bubble effect to achieve proof-of-concept. The effect to be measured is very tiny (about 1/100 a wavelength of light) so it requires much precision and a seismically isolated room and computer analysis to overcome the signal-to-noise ratio. Perhaps a larger prototype will show a greater effect. They are also trying to use a Fabry-Perot interferometer to measure it. A spaceship sent to Alpha or Beta Centauri would have to start with a small acceleration in order for its spacetime “bubble” to continue to move forward in relation to the outer frame of reference. I don’t know how the direction of movement could be re-directed.
The amount of energy required would be a function of the radius. A much smaller amount of negative energy would still be needed with a thicker toroidal capacitor and an adequately fabricated potential field. Moreover, the possibility of learning to produce some of it became real since in 2017 WashingtonState University physicists published in Physical Review Letters “Negative-Mass Hydrodynamics in a Spin-Orbit-Coupled Bose-Einstein Condensate” and University of Rochester physicists published in Nature Physics “Anomalous Dispersion of Microcavity Trion-Polaritons.” In both cases, small amounts of negative energy states were produced and verified. For space-time to ‘know’ which direction to contract and to expand – if indeed it is “catalytic” – one would need to accelerate first with a conventional propulsion system to establish an initial velocity relative to some ecliptic or solar inertial frame. Then turn the field on.
Then space expands and contracts as a result, but not itself as a catalyst, contracting in the front and expanding behind. The spaceship would then be carried within the “bubble” in the direction of the contraction and spacetime as a reference frame can move faster than “C” in relation to the spacetime frame exterior to the bubble. We would have an oscillating potential field given by the relationdϕ/dt. I wonder about adequate frequencies and if a frequency multiple as a rotating or counter-rotating field out of phase with a fundamental 4D spacetime frequency would be useful. For this, we would need to know if there is a basic resonant frequency within the fabric of our spacetime.
Another approach that is being tried at NASA’s Eagleworks Lab: Instead of placing a ring of potential energy around the beam path they tried to put a very high potential region in the middle of the light beam path. So a capacitor was placed in the middle of the beam path and they apparently got even more interesting results.
Calculations explained by Dr. Harold White show that increasing the thickness of the torus-ring and oscillating the bubble field intensity would reduce the amount of energy required for a PRACTICAL Alcubierre “propulsion” implementation. I wonder how much negative energy would it still be necessary and whether a particular configuration of the oscillating potential field is able of producing it.
Update (April, 1st 2020): Maybe recent work conducted by To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA) on anomalous metamaterials will show that negative energy states capable of expanding spacetime can be harnessed from the quantum vacuum. I suppose that the negative resonances produced in these metamaterials when pumped by high-frequency EM energy (perhaps in the terahertz range) might also produce “anti-gravity” negative energy states.

Moreover, besides the toroidal topography that (as demonstrated by Dr. Harold White) diminishes the amount of energy needed to warp spacetime, perhaps these metamaterials (with unique isotopic ratios and allegedly obtained from genuine UFOs) may slow the speed of light making (according to Dr. Jack Sarfatti) spacetime less rigid and, therefore, easier to be distorted.
Another method also being explored as a non-classical form of space travel (the so-called “Q Thrust”) works by pushing off against the quantum vacuum’s virtual particles popping in and out of existence in space. Where fields are stronger there are more virtual particles popping in and out of existence whereby creating such fields would make such a thrust theoretically plausible. I think that creating a warped bubble field would also make the “Q Thrust” more feasible. To me, this indicates that a series of technologies based on similar principles reinforce each other.

Furthermore, I think that other functions of the torus need to be recognized as a bridge between “dimensions,” branes, realities.
May these recent advances in Alcubierre Warp Drive generation relate to the model (and predictions) produced by EngineerRobert L. Schroeder?
Schroeder’s model (coming from a particle physics perspective) is connected with RS1 Warped Geometry Theory, a variety of String and Cosmological Brane Theory attempting to explain the weakness of the force of gravity). It explains ET-UFO effects as gravity cancellation effects in relation to Kaluza Klein Gravitons that may exist in a Five-Dimensional “Bulk” and which – in turn – may generate micro black holes capable of canceling normal gravitons in our normal 4D spacetime. If this occurred, the spaceship would also partially move into the 5-dimensional “bulk” (See: http://edy.rdz.mybluehost.me/exonews/worthy-attempt-solve-enigma-extraterrestrial-ufo-propulsion/ ).
Intuitively, for me Schroeder’s proposal and Harold White’s are compatible. This should be studied further. Above’s depiction may be that of a complementary method emphasizing particles but also the role of a 5D higher dimensional “bulk” as per Robert L. Schroeder’s approach. For instance, Dr. White found that expanding the Alcubierre metric into a higher spacetime would change the stiffness of spacetime. Apparently, if the “bubble’s” intensity also oscillated, the stiffness of spacetime would be decreased and this would also reduce the energy requirement.
A minimum, non-trivial amount of negative energy would still be needed to reduce the stiffness of spacetime according to the following basic relation: dϕ/dt. However, in relation to a higher spacetime frame (like the 5 D “bulk”), a positive vacuum energy density might induce a negative vacuum energy density and warp field.
In a paper published by Dr. Harold White and by E. W. Davis titled “The Alcubierre Warp Drive in Higher Dimensional Spacetime” (it can be found at http://www.earthtech.org/publications/davis_STAIF_conference_2.pdf ) we read in the conclusion that there is a “remarkable discovery that a spacecraft’s spacetime expansion boost in the Alcubierre warp spacetime actually represents a movement of the spacecraft off our local brane (3 + 1 dimensional spacetime) and into the higher dimensional bulk space. The Alcubierre warp spacetime expansion boost merely acts as a scalar multiplier acting on an initial velocity. The consequence of this is that the equation of state for the energy density and pressure that induces this effect is equivalent to the dark energy equation of state and the equation of state for the vacuum energy in space. This suggests a conceptual laboratory experiment whereby a toroidal positive energy density induces a negative pressure warp field.”
In other words, achieving exotic negative energy effects MIGHT be plausible through positive energy manipulation if we indeed live in a higher dimensional, 5D “bulk.” This may also mean that electromagnetic photons emitted by the spaceship while inside the spacetime warp “bubble” might not be detected in the regular 4D (3 space + 1 time) spacetime frame. The spacecraft would become gradually INVISIBLE as it moves off our normal reference frame (or 4D brane) and into the 5D bulk.
I wonder if using faster-than-light scalar longitudinal EM waves (Dr. Konstantin Meyl shows a method on how to generate them) inside the toroidal ring capacitor (instead of transversal EM waves) would help to induce a negative pressure warp field. In an interview for Popular Science Dr. White basically mentioned that he had signed a non-disclosure agreement that prohibited him from revealing how he might produce the small – but sufficient – amount of negative energy required for the project to work. Moreover, he wasn’t able to mention with what entity he had signed that agreement. What is known is that DARPA is financing NASA’s Eagleworks Lab and that the lab recently moved into a larger facility.
Interestingly, many of the unique (beyond Newtonian) characteristics (also listed by Robert L. Schroeder) observed through the best available evidence of what could reasonably be considered as technologically advanced extraterrestrial vehicles seem to be partially explained not only by Dr. Schroeder’s model but by the model being developed at NASA. While NASA uses the so-called “Chung-Freese Model” and Schroeder uses Randall-Sundrum’s RS1 Model, both consider that our perceived 4D Universe exists within a more encompassing 5D brane called “the bulk.”
I think these models (Alcubierre’s and Schroeder’s) should be carefully compared, especially if both allow for similar non-classical spacetime distortion, gravity modification and practical, spacetime “travel” behavior. And, are these models compatible with T.Towsend Brown’s electrogravitics allegedly producing thrust in the direction of [ositive charges and also apparently distorting spacetime?
Perhaps the more we differentiate a spacetime bubble around a craft from the external spacetime of the planet the more we enter an alternative higher-dimensional universe? Interestingly, besides, an annulment of inertial effects, and a way to reach otherwise exceedingly distant locations in 4D spacetime, we may speak of a way to become translucent and even to achieve invisibility. As White and Davis suggest in the aforementioned paper: “As the Alcubierre LIF (ALIF) warps as suggested by equation (7), the photons emitted from it will not be able to intersect the coordinate observer (lab)frame because the photons were emitted off-brane from the ALIF. This is the reverse scenario we discussed earlier where photons on the brane were not able to interact with an electron off of the brane. Unless something acts on the off-brane photons to reduce their boost, they will not be detected by the on-brane coordinate observer. Hence, an Earthbound coordinate observer will most likely see a dimming effect when viewing the ALIF as its spacetime expansion boost increases. Similarly, the ALIF will see his/her surrounding universe grow dimmer and dimmer as photons emitted on-brane cannot reach the now off-brane ALIF.”
In other words, the translucent and invisibility-achieving aspects of UFOs would also be part of the effects predicted by this technology developed at NASA. Moreover, as “proof-of-concept” is finally reached to reasonable satisfaction, overly skeptical scientists (excessively attached to accepting “reality” only in classical terms and unable to conceive that other intelligences may be able to reach Earth from remote locations) will also have to contend with the theoretically canonical and experimentally established idea that some interstellar civilizations may have had enough time and opportunities to develop a form of practical Alcubierre Warp Drive. This and further amounts of high-quality ET-UFO evidence and more scientific advancements will make blatant, closed-minded,witness-testimonies-annulling criticisms and “anti-research” extremely untenable.
While empirical data forces us to modify our explanations, worldviews, or theories there’s also a tendency among social structure supporters to ridicule and combat data in which our preferred theories don’t fit…but in the end, a plain common sense understanding about the evidence prevails and there’s an inevitable shift. The “Alcubierre Drive” (by which a spacecraft would, in fact, “surf” a locally warped segment of space-time), Robert L. Schroeder’s engineerable micro black holes hypothesis in combination with T.Towsend Brown’s “electrogravitics” (which in some cases may function in a hard vacuum), Konstantin Meyl’s superluminal scalar-longitudinal waves and Roger Shawyer’s “EM Drive” (now also being enhanced and perfected in China along with a – related – “Cannae Drive” elsewhere) indicate that it is possible to modify and/or circumvent classic spacetime limits. This engineering would allow us to create a local gravitational near field around an object and regulating it (as an Alcubierre gravitational bubble) would also allow us to move this object around (between spacetime fields) unaffected by inertia in relation to exterior gravity. If this were possible, I suppose that an object could also be disconnected from its original exterior spacetime surroundings incrementally, first increasing its relative rate of time.
Observing the object from outside of its artificial gravitational bubble the object would be blueshifted. However, what if the artificial field also affects the interior of the object? Would quantum retrocausal influences become more obvious for the object that would eventually shift into another level of physical reality (one in which greater retrocausal influences allow minds to interact more readily with matter)? Furthermore, if the normally experientially hidden, quantum retrocausal component becomes as actual as experienced time-forward causality, would the object (and anyone in it) return to a more fundamental, ontologically real, non-physical realm in which all possibilities for physical events and possible physical universes originate?

Perhaps elements of the Government handling part of the UFO secrecy (and even perhaps a more advanced Secret Space Program) are allowing To the Stars Academy of Sciences to act as a venue to begin introducing major worldview-changing evidence, ideas and details about some technologies already capable to warp spacetime to some degree. The success of this effort might depend on how much is revealed and in what way besides public trust, interest, and support. Be as it may, taken together, these and the timidly emerging, non-conventional “spacetime modification” proposals appearing in the “white” unclassified world (like the EM and Cannae drives) already provide an array of visionary possibilities for humankind. Hopefully, soon, an officially sanctioned (or instead, an officially allowed) method to “surf into the cosmos” could be revealed in order to promote the evolution of humanity needing to reconnect with an already partially conversant and partially hiding cosmic community. But this would likely require a responsible, unified, human effort and to abide by transplanetary (probably even trans-reality or “transdimensional”) rules.
Reflections
Sometimes the proponents of one theory or technology dismiss those of others but can some of the proposals shown be effectively combined?
But if the technologies capable of modifying spacetime and “surfing into the cosmos” exist how do we educate and reveal? And who should decide who may use these spacetime altering technologies responsibly?
Perhaps we require an intelligent, non-co-dependent type of guidance from benevolent, elder cosmic siblings that want us to become the best we can be. Perhaps secret managers of the technologies know that they cannot continue doing it without including society? Moreover, besides the ethics and exopolitical decisions required to manage these technologies, how do we educate and include billions of prone-to-quarrel human beings (and their often narcissistic leaders) at a time of institutional disruption?
What if the more we disentangle a spacetime vehicle and occupants from the limits of our exterior classical physicality the more it acquires the characteristics of an underlying, meaningful mental connectedness? Are we prepared to deal with a mental interconnectedness underlying physical reality (and perhaps capable of modifying it) not only as a vague idea but in practice?

UFO Sightings Daily revealed yesterday that the NASA Spirit Rover took a sequence of five images over an approximate seven day period that showed what appears to be an animal near a distinctive set of rocks. Two of the five images show an object that appears where other images in the sequence show nothing else was previously there. The object, about the same size as a basketball, had clearly moved, not once but several times in the sequence. The object appears to have a relatively long neck and blends in well with the surrounding rocks. The conclusion drawn by Scott Waring, owner of UFO Sightings Daily is startling. Spirit Rover had captured images of an indigenous form of Martian life that blends in well with the surrounding rocks.
The sequence of Spirit Rover images was first found three years ago by Waring. On May 14, 2014, he decided to post an update on his blog providing more detailed analysis of the moving object in the Spirit Rover images. Waring provided the chronological sequence of images that clearly show an object twice appearing where previously there was nothing there. No alteration of the images occurred which were all taken directly from the NASA JPL website created for storing Mars Rover imagery. Waring’s conclusion, is that the images reveal some kind of animal moving on the Mars surface.
It’s pretty hard to ignore NASA’s own imagery that clearly shows a basketball sized object appearing to move on the Martian surface. So why hasn’t NASA said anything about it? I thought I would give someone from NASA a chance to respond.
On May 15, 2014, I wrote a post on the NASA affiliated science forum, NASASpaceFlight.com, to get expert feedback about the sequence of Spirit Rover images. NASASpaceFlight.com was conceived by its owner, Chris Bergin, with the support of NASA spaceflight managers to give engineers from different national space programs a forum to share information about space missions. Here is what I wrote:
There is a sequence of images by the Spirit Rover over an approximate week (Sol 1830-1836) that show a distinctive set of rocks. An object appears in the sequence. Some claim it is an indigenous form of life. I’d like some expert opinion on what it is. My post was quickly removed by Bergin, and I was banned indefinitely from the forum. The reason given was that the forum does not discuss UFOs, yet in my request for feedback about the Spirit Rover images, I did not mention UFOs or anything flying for that matter. Clearly, space experts do not want to discuss questions arising from NASA’s own scientific instruments that suggest possible life on Mars, let alone the existence of UFOs.
The five images from the Spirit Rover mission show an object that has clearly moved in the sequence. The object appears to be some kind of animal that blends in well with the surrounding rock. Given that NASA experts refuse to discuss such a possibility, it is reasonable to agree with Waring. Hard evidence has been found that there is some kind of indigenous life roaming the surface of Mars.
Video footage captured from the live camera stream of the International Space Station (ISS) shows what appears to be a giant cigar shaped UFO hovering nearby. The live footage was captured on May 13, 2014 and has been archived on the ISS video channel on Ustream. The UFO appears to have up to half a dozen orange lights flashing on and off in a random manner, and is stationary relative to the ISS though at some distance away. It appears for approximately seven minutes before fading away. The footage was taken by one of the ISS external cameras that are normally directed earthwards. The stationary nature of the UFO and the way it slowly disappears has led some to conclude it is little more than a lensflare. Not so according to Blake Cousins who was the first to upload a recording of the ISS live video feed on his popular YouTube channel, Thirdphaseofmoon. He along with a co-host believe the footage may be evidence of an alien mothership tracking the ISS.
The footage of the UFO has been given a preliminary examination by Cousins who enhanced the lighting and contrast to determine what kind of an object it is. His analysis suggests that it is a solid object and not a lensflare. If it is a genuine alien vehicle as Cousins contends, then it appears to be deliberatedly tracking the ISS. For what purpose?
This is not the first time that the ISS live camera feed has captured what appears to be a large UFO in the vicinity. Back on January 29, NASA live streaming showed what appeared to be a sleek elliptical UFO docked with the hull of the International Space Station. The object was between the Russian research module and the Soyuz escape capsule. Its size was approximately 10 meters. Some claimed that the UFO was related to an ISS ceremony featuring the Olympic flag. Yet the ISS ceremony was held in November 2013, and the flag was only about a meter in size, far smaller than the estimated 10 meter UFO.
Another incident on March 3 again recorded from the ISS live stream, showed a UFO again very close to the ISS. The UFO appeared different to the earlier January 29 incident. NASA’s response to public requests to explain the docked UFO incident and the March 3 incident involving the ISS was startling. NASA decided it would end ISS live streaming at the end of March. Only a public outcry thwarted the attempt to end ISS live streaming. On March 27, United Space Alliance, the NASA contractor that runs the ISS live stream, announced that the live streaming would continue. Perhaps alien spacecraft are visiting the ISS and NASA is trying to stop the public learning the truth. Alternatively, the ISS incidents may have more conventional explanations with the latest being little more than a lensflare. More detailed analysis of the latest ISS video footage will help us get a definitive answer one way or the other.

The latest images released by Mars Curiosity Rover show what appears to be a very large cylindrical shaped UFO traveling in the Martian night sky. The UFO appears in a sequence of five images over a ten minute period with the time stamp of April 28, 2014. The images ewere uploaded on April 30 by NASA, and immediately aroused the attention of UFO researchers monitoring the Curiosity Rover camera feeds which are regularly released on a website owned by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, located at the California Institute of Technology.
Scott Waring from UFO Sightings Daily today wrote that the images are not a result of time lapse photography and appear to show a huge self-propelled craft traveling in a uniform direction. While he considers the possibility that the images are a result of a small moon or asteroid, the shape suggests otherwise. One cause for concern is that NASA only released thumbnail sized versions of the images rather than the full resolution versions which is customary. This may be because NASA is trying to minimize the significance of the UFO images which may be clear evidence of an intelligently controlled space craft flying over Mars.
The first researcher to identify the cylindrical UFO was Waring who in his May 1 blog post dismissed the idea that the object was due to time lapse:
The shape of the UFO is just as we see it, long cigar shaped. At first a person will assume the exposure (shutter) was open allowing the photo to record for a few seconds, but no. The shutter speed is normal. This object was moving slow, which is proven by the time stamps on the photos on the NASA site. That means since it was moving slowly, the shape we see before us is the correct shape of the object.
One possible explanation is that the object is of one of Mars’ two moons, Phobos or Deimos. They are respectively 22 and 13 kilometers in diameter, and have respective orbits of 9,400 and 23,460 kilometers above Mars. They are thought to be captured asteroids and are irregular in shape. This is significant since as Waring points out, the objects in the Curiosity Rover image is not irregular:
Then again, could this be a moon or micro moon orbiting Mars? Yes, it could be possible, however a moon of this shape would have a high probability of flipping end over end. This object has slow, balanced movement like a ship in water…having the appearance of an object that is self propelled.
The object could also be one of the known terrestrial spacecraft orbiting Mars. Currently both NASA and the European Space Agency have orbiters flying around Mars. The European Space Agency placed the Mars Express in orbit in early 2004, and NASA currently has two orbiters, the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (2006) and the Mars Science Laboratory (2011). Yet none of the Mars orbiters are cylindrical in shape or very large. If time lapse photography was not used in generating the NASA JPL images showing cylindrical UFO, then that would rule out any of the Mars orbiters.
What is of great concern is that NASA’s JPL only released thumbnail sized versions of the UFO images. Normally, JPL provides full sized versions, along with thumbnail versions. In the case of the sequence of five images showing the cylindrical UFO, along with a companion image that shows the night sky just after the UFO disappears over the horizon, these are only 192×256 pixels in size. The first of this sequence of six images has the time stamp of 2014-04-28 04:48:22 UTC. The image appearing just before the sequence of six has a timestamp of 2014-04-28 04:47:55 UTC and was released in the full version of 1024×1024 pixels. That means that the Curiosity Rover image taken just 27 seconds before the sequence of UFO pictures, was released in full size, rather than thumbnail size. The full scale image versions have yet to be released and are being studied by NASA. Why? This only fuels speculation that the sequence of five Curiosity Rover images did capture an intelligently guided cylindrical shaped UFO of tremendous size flying over Mars.

NASA’s Curiosity Rover has again transmitted intriguing pictures from the surface of Mars. On April 9, a photo was discovered that appears to show a set of buildings on top of a hill. On Earth, such building locations typically indicate strategic planning to give optimal views of the countryside to protect the inhabitants from attack. Did the Curiosity Rover photograph buildings on Mars that make up a base of unknown origin? If so, the buildings appear to have been constructed for strategic purposes in a Martian terrain that is hospitable to surface life contrary to what NASA has informed the public about Mars atmosphere.
The photo was uploaded in a YouTube video by an anonymous user, Streetcap1. The source for the photo is NASA’s JPL website. It would be a simple matter for the Curiosity Rover to travel to investigate the strange structures. Yet this is very unlikely according to UFO Sightings Scott Waring who wrote in a blog post today:
This discovery was made by Streetcap1 of Youtube. He found some structures on a hill in one of the Mars Curiosity rover photos. Look at the above photo and pay special attention to the white shiny walls on top of the hill. The walls are white on one side due to reflection and dark shadowy on the other side due to the suns angle. Is NASA trying to move the rover away from these obstacles to prevent the public from learning about life on Mars? SCW
According to NASA, Mars atmosphere is 95% carbon dioxide with only a trace amount of oxygen 0.13% – not enough to sustain life on Mars. Yet a series of Curiosity Rover photos have shown what appear to be small animals such as squirrels, lizards and ducks on Mars. If the Rover images do show such animals surviving on the Martian surface, then Waring is correct that NASA is actively preventing “the public from learning about life on Mars.”
The latest Curiosity Rover photo follows another released on April 3 that appeared to show an artificial light on the Mars surface. Media interest grew quickly forcing NASA scientists to publicly explain it. NASA’s explanation of a “vent-hole light leak” or a “glinty rock” was widely ridiculed.
On April 8, testimony was released by a whistleblower who alleges that a military base exists on Mars with the goal of protecting five human colonies from indigenous Martian life. He claims to have served on the military base for 17 years. Fantastic as such claims seem given what is officially known about Mars atmosphere, the latest Curiosity Rover photo showing what appear to be buildings, does make claims of secret military and civilian bases on Mars plausible. Further Curiosity Rover images showing small animal life forms along with strange lights on the Martian surface serve as further evidence of life existing on Mars surface, and of NASA actively covering this up.
NASA astronomers yesterday released a paper announcing the discovery of an additional 768 exoplanets using a new validation technique for data from the Kepler Space Telescope. This has nearly doubled the number of confirmed exoplanets from the previous tally of 941 to 1710. Most dramatically, the number of earth sized exoplanets increased by a factor of five, now making it clear that rocky earths are pretty common throughout the galaxy. Importantly, four of the exoplanets were confirmed to rotate in the habitable zones of their suns – zones where liquid water can exist and extraterrestrial life can flourish. The rapid increase in exoplanet discoveries has come from analysis of only two years of data supplied by the Kepler Mission. Analysis of an additional two years of available data is expected to increase the number of confirmed exoplanets even more dramatically than the latest NASA release. The new confirmation method used by NASA astronomers means that the likelihood of eventually finding exoplanets with extraterrestrial life becomes far greater than previously thought.
NASA astronomers adopted a two-step process for detecting exoplanets using data gained by the Kepler Space Telescope and 11 other currently operating space telescopes. A new generation of space telescopes along with Earth based telescopes promise to provide even more data about exoplanets and their atmospheres. The world’s largest optical telescope is scheduled to begin construction this year on the summit of the Mauna Kea volcano at the Big Island of Hawaii – an hour’s drive from where this article is being written. The new 30 meter telescope is designed to examine exoplanets and their atmospheres for tell tale signs of life. The detection of large amounts of oxygen, for example, would be confirmation for the existence of extraterrestrial life.
When an exoplanet is first detected as it either passes in front of (the transit method) or near enough to its sun to cause detectable wobble (the Doppler effect), it becomes a “candidate” until further data confirms its existence. Currently, there are more than 2500 exoplanet candidates. The length of time need to confirm exoplanets depends on the period of an exoplanet’s rotation around its parent star. As the exoplanet makes its second or subsequent passage in front of or near its sun, astronomers gain the additional data to learn whether or not a candidate exoplanet has been confirmed. So far, only two years of a four year data pool from the Kepler Space Telescope has been analyzed. As more data becomes available, additional exoplanet candidates are likely to be confirmed.
Out of the 768 exoplanets just confirmed, 106 are less than 1.25 times Earth’s diameter. Previously, the data from Kepler and other telescopes had only confirmed 20 earth sized worlds. The four newly confirmed exoplanets orbiting in the habitable zones of their suns were roughly twice the diameter of Earth. This almost doubled the total of exoplanets confirmed in habitable zones from five to nine. What the NASA astronomers didn’t consider, however, was a new way of defining what constitutes a habitable zone for extraterrestrial life.
In January this year, Scientists at the University of Aberdeen and University of St Andrews, Scotland, released a paper titled “Circumstellar habitable zones for deep terrestrial biospheres,” in the journal, Planetary and Space Science. In the paper they redefined the “Goldilocks Zone”, the optimal zone for life to exist on planets. They have found that life can flourish beneath a planet’s surface where liquid water can be found at varying depths. This is how the abstract described this new way of locating extraterrestrial life:
We introduce a new term, subsurface-habitability zone (SSHZ) to denote the range of distances from a star within which rocky planets are habitable at any depth below their surfaces up to a stipulated maximum, and show how SSHZs can be estimated from a model relating temperature, depth and orbital distance. We present results for Earth-like, Mars-like and selected extrasolar terrestrial planets, and conclude that SSHZs are several times wider and include many more planets than conventional surface-based habitable zones.
Using computer simulations, the scientists found that if one goes to a depth of 5km below the surface, then the habitable zone in space increases by a factor of three. If one goes to 10km below the surface, then the habitable zone extends by a factor of 14 which would extend the habitable zone beyond Saturn. Thus several of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, could have life thriving in habitats kilometers beneath their surfaces.
Using the idea of subsurface-habitability zone, many more than only four of the 768 newly confirmed exoplanets could be suitable hosts for extraterrestrial life. As astronomers continue to develop new techniques for confirming the existence of exoplanets, a new understanding for what constitutes a habitable zone is needed. Liquid water can exist either on or beneath the surface of an exoplanet, thereby making it possible for extraterrestrial life to flourish on many more exoplanets than previously thought possible.
In previous announcements of the Kepler Mission data, astronomers confidently predicted that it was only a matter of time before an exoplanet in the habitable zone of its sun would be found to host extraterrestrial life. New techniques for confirming exoplanets and new ways of defining a habitability zone make it even more inevitable that extraterrestrial life will eventually be detected on exoplanets using advanced space telescopes.
On January 29, 2014 the live camera feed of the International Space Station (ISS) showed what appeared to be a strange yellow elliptical object docked with the hull of the ISS. The live camera feed was quickly recorded and uploaded to Youtube, and is generating much interest as possible evidence of a UFO interacting with the ISS. This has led to claims that the UFO was docked so that extraterrestrials could meet with NASA astronauts. The idea that alien ships could dock with the ISS and have meetings with its occupants is supported by the claims of a former NASA employee who during his 34 year service worked on numerous NASA missions and finally as a Space Craft Operator. He claims to have witnessed a similar alien rendezvous during a U.S. Space Shuttle mission just before his security clearance was revoked by NASA in 1992.
The Youtube video “What is this please NASA?” was uploaded by a user Streetcap1 who has a reliable track record of posting authentic videos recorded from NASA and other national space programs. According to Scott Waring from UFO Sightings Daily: “This was caught by Streetcap1 of Youtube and yes its 100% real. I have followed this guy and his research for two years and he has never tried deceive anyone.”
Waring goes on to describe the UFO and his belief that the video is evidence of an alien meeting with ISS occupants:
Here before us we see a long light yellow UFO parked alongside the ISS hull. There is no intent to hide itself or partly cloak, so we know the aliens and the astronauts on ISS know of this which makes us conclude…aliens and NASA had a meeting. I am sure this is just one of many that they have had, but to actually catch it on video is mind-blowing. This is not a glare…notice how the light changes and the UFO is a solid object near the ISS. It looks small, but it is about 10 meters across or more.
If extraterrestrials did dock their vehicle with the ISS to conduct a meeting with NASA astronauts, it would not be the first time according to the claims of Clark McClelland.
I, Clark C. McClelland, former ScO [Spacecraft Operator], Space Shuttle Fleet, personally observed an 8 to 9 foot tall ET on his 27 inch video monitors while on duty in the Kennedy Space Center, Launch Control Center (LCC). The ET was standing upright in the Space Shuttle Payload Bay having a discussion with TWO tethered US NASA Astronauts! I also observed on my monitors, the spacecraft of the ET as it was in a stabilized, safe orbit to the rear of the Space Shuttle main engine pods. I observed this incident for about one minute and seven seconds. Plenty of time to memorize all that I was observing. IT WAS AN ET and Alien Star Ship!
Furthermore, McClelland wrote that he was not the only NASA official who witnessed the incident:
A friend of mine later contacted me and said that this person had also observed an 8 to 9 foot tall ET INSIDE the SPACE SHUTTLE CREW COMPARTMENT! Yes, inside OUR Shuttle! BOTH missions were DoD (Pentagon) TOP SECRET (TS) encounters!
McClelland’s testimony is significant due to his credentials gained over a 34 year career working for NASA contractors, and eventually NASA itself as a SpaceCraft Operator, before being forced to retire in 1992 due to his UFO beliefs. His website has a number of documents he has released to the public confirming some among the long list of achievements and testimonials arising out of his long NASA career. His claims of directly having witnessed events involving extraterrestrial life and technology while at NASA is first hand witness testimony that would be admissable in a court of law or Congressional Inquiry.
McClelland’s testimony supports claims that NASA space missions have directly interacted with extraterrestrial vehicles and resulted in meetings between astronauts and aliens. The video recording of what appears to be a UFO docked at the ISS on January 29, 2014, may be yet another instance when aliens have met with NASA astronauts during a space mission.
