The US Government Just Admitted To Recovering Materials From UFOs

by Arjun Walia                May 24, 2018               (collective-evolution.com)

• In December 2017, the New York Times broke the story of a $22 million U.S. Department of Defense UFO research program called the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” headed by military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring. The New York Times article mentions that materials gathered from UFO crash sites were shipped off to Bigelow Aerospace for examination. One of the authors of the NY Times report, Ralph Blumenthal, stated that the UFO materials were “…some kind of compound that they don’t recognize.” The host of the UFO Congress, Alejandro Rojas claims that Elizondo said of this UFO material, “I can tell you it is not an alloy like the New York Times claims.” “Elizondo has told me it is a ‘meta-material’ with strange isotopic values indicating it is not from Earth.” Elizondo has also mentioned that these encounters with UFO crash sites have occurred hundreds of times.

• But there has been no follow up regarding these UFO materials that have allegedly been recovered. In fact, we’re not really sure where these objects are. It still seems that we’ve been given only a part of the story.

• Historian and ufologist, Richard Dolan suggests that the government and the media collude to give a part of the truth made to look like the complete truth. It is part of a tactic where the media will share some genuine information, but doesn’t follow-up on the details. Says Dolan, “So, it’s five months later, and we’re clearly not dealing with a serious effort by the mainstream media, for that reason alone… I have had information now, from a very good source, that, what they’ve recovered aren’t metal alloys, that they’re being described as meta-materials…a very different thing.”

• Unfortunately, most of our media is controlled by a very small group of people who insist on ignoring revelations regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial contact. “The establishment media will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they [are] absolutely pushed to the wall ,” says Dolan.

“Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after.” – Paul Hellyer, former Canadian defence minister.

First off, the fact that the official disclosure of Unidentified Flying Objects has happened is huge, and those who are avid researchers of the phenomenon saw this one coming. For years, we’ve experienced, as I’ve said many times before, an “official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” – Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter of the phenomenon. The establishment, in many ways, was responsible for the foolish articles that would constantly appear in mainstream media publications, absolutely ridiculing a topic that was and is actually quite real.

Today, we’ve seen a complete 180 degree switch. UFOs are no longer ridiculed by the mainstream, which should raise a serious eyebrow because very seldom does mainstream media share any sort of truth, especially when we’re talking about projects that rank among the most secretive in the world.

Unfortunately, most of our media is controlled by a very small group of people, and declassified documents alongside whistle-blower testimony has made this very clear. Intelligence agencies have close relationships with “every major wire service, newspaper, news weekly, and television network in the nation, this has helped us turn some ‘intelligence failure’ stories into ‘intelligence success’ stories.’ and has contributed to the accuracy of countless others.” This comes straight from a CIA document. Dr. Udo Ulfkotte, Sharyl Attkisson, Amber Lyon and many others have also provided many examples of what it’s like to work inside a media organization that’s dominated by government/corporate/deep state interests.

This is exactly why mainstream UFO disclosure is questionable, and there appears to be multiple things happening here. One is the fact that the phenomenon was so obvious for anybody who looked into it, from a research perspective. There was and has been more than ample evidence to show that the UFOs were and are real, that there are “objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy.” – Lord Admiral Hill Norton, Former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee

The statement below from Victor Marchetti, former special assistant to the Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, doesn’t seem to hold so true anymore, at least the last part.
“We have, indeed, been contacted — perhaps even visited — by extraterrestrial beings, and the US government, in collusion with the other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.”

One of the biggest mouthpieces for “the establishment,” The New York Times, admitted something that the establishment, or facets of it, have been concealing for years; UFOs are real.

The Times broke the story about a secret Pentagon program, but any UFO researcher knows these programs are more in-depth, expensive, and expansive than anything that’s described here.

According to the Times, “In the $600 billion annual Defense Department budgets, the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was almost impossible to find.”
Which was how the Pentagon wanted it.

For years, the program investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials, interviews with program participants and records obtained by The New York Times.  It was run by a military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, deep within the building’s maze.

The Defense Department has never before acknowledged the existence of the program, which it says it shut down in 2012. But its backers say that, while the Pentagon ended funding for the effort at that time, the program remains in existence. For the past five years, they say, officials with the program have continued to investigate episodes brought to them by service members, while also carrying out their other Defense Department duties.

What’s Missing From Mainstream UFO Disclosure

One interesting thing to note here, is the sharing of information and truth in order to lie. For example, the MK Ultra program, a CIA based mind-control program is a great example. This is because the evidence became so obvious that the U.S. government had no choice but to disclose the reality of it. Although they clearly did not share all, the public thought they did. The program had been declassified and thus, all of the questions and inquiries into the program stopped because apparently, the government released everything there is to know.

This is what we could be seeing with the UFO program. Prior to this disclosure, dozens of other governments had already done so themselves, and the field is loaded with a ton of credible witness testimony as well as various documents released via The Freedom of Information Act.

Now that the Pentagon has admitted to this program, does that mean the existence of UFOs has been disclosed, and that’s all there is to it? Are we seeing a clever way of releasing information, in order to conceal more important information, or is this really a slow disclosure initiative by the U.S. government? And if it is, why are they doing it?

“Why is the mainstream covering this story the way they are? I have been saying for years that the mainstream media, the establishment media, will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they would be absolutely pushed to the wall and then do something…So the question is, what is going on here?…If they’re the voice of the establishment (mainstream media), then why have the establishment elected to put this story out?” – historian Richard Dolan, one of the most prominent thinkers of our time. He’s also one of the world’s leading researchers on the topic of UFO’s.

Richard goes on to explain, in the lecture linked below, that this is simply a tidbit of truth that’s been made to look like the complete truth. It brings up a number of key things that have been ignored by mainstream media regarding the recent UFO disclosure, which is being addressed through the To The Stars Academy.

“The best way to keep a secret is you pretend to share it, you give some information out, some genuine information, which they did, there were some significant revelations here, significant admissions, and much that was not followed up…” – Dolan

A ‘Supersonic Tic Tac’ UFO Bedeviled A U.S. Aircraft Carrier For Five Days In 2004, Pentagon Reports

by Aaron Homer               June 1, 2018              (inquisitr.com)

• In December 2017, the US Department of Defense allowed the release of the cockpit video of a Navy F/A-18 as it tracked a UFO in 2004 over the Pacific Ocean southwest of San Diego. It was later confirmed that U.S. defense chiefs had commissioned a 13-page report detailing the UFO event which has recently been released. The reports, leaked to a Las Vegas television station, described what happened on board the USS Princeton for a few days in 2004. (see 5:13 minute video of the I-Team’s George Knapp interviewing former head of a Pentagon UFO program, Luis Elizondo below)

• According to leaked Pentagon report a “supersonic tic tac”- shaped UFO stalked the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Nimitz strike group (pictured above) for five days in November, 2004 before disappearing into thin air. The “Anomalous Aerial Vehicle” (AAV) showed up on the USS Princeton’s radar, apparently hovering at about 60,000 feet above the surface of the ocean. The object then “nosedived” into the ocean, moving roughly six miles down to the surface in a matter of seconds. So fast did it move that crew members thought they might have had a close encounter with a ballistic missile.

• Two days later, the object, described as “solid white, smooth, with no edges… uniformly colored with no nacelles, pylons or wings,” appeared again, and two F/A-18 jets were sent up to intercept it. Once they got in the general region of the AAV, it had turned itself invisible. However, they reported that it was creating a circular disturbance in the water, about 150-300 feet in diameter.

• Two days later, the craft appeared again, and this time one of the pilots saw the same disturbance in the water, and saw the craft hovering above it.

• At least one other naval vessel was nearby, but they didn’t report anything. The submarine USS Louisville was in the general region, but picked up nothing underwater. Similarly, an E-2C Hawkeye surveillance plane also saw the craft on their radar, but were unable to “lock on,” suggesting that the vessel could evade radar.

• When the Navy pilots returned to the ship, they were greeted by shipmates who had donned tinfoil hats and ribbed them about their “UFO flight.” But as it turns out, the Pentagon has quietly been releasing UFO-related documents for the past few years. U.S. Navy pilots encountered a UFO off the East Coast in 2015, and the Pentagon even released footage of the incident (see 36-second video below).

Aliens From Outer Space Are Distant Relatives of the People

by Jan Hartman                 May 17, 2018                  (sivtelegram.media)

• The former director of the US Pentagon program that studied UFOs, Luis Elizondo said that aliens from outer space are not dangerous humanoids. Elizondo believes that many light years ago mankind and the aliens were relatives.

• According to some ufologists, aliens are sentient, have the same body structure as humans, and survive where there is water.

[Editor’s Note] According to Corey Goode, there are 52 other stars in our Sun’s star system, each being home to a human-like species with variations in skin color. Goode also says that the inner-earth Anshar beings are the descendants of Earth humans who came back to the this time to protect their (our) species in this volatile and critical period of Earth human’s history where we will either choose to submit to the negative extraterrestrial beings that currently control our planet, or to ascend to a higher consciousness with the help of our human space cousins.

The American expert, together with experienced ufologists have proposed an incredible theory. Experts say that ancient aliens from outer space may be distant relatives of people.

Former Director of the program in identifying air threats in the defence Department of the United States Luis Elizondo stated that aliens from outer space are not dangerous humanoids. Moreover, Elizondo believes that many light years ago mankind and the aliens were relatives. Ufologists supported Elizondo and his alternative theory that aliens can be our interstellar family.

Primarily, the aliens are sentient, like humans. Secondly, according to ufologists, the people and the humanoids have the same body structure and survive where there is water. In addition, the aliens already had people, and now watching humanity through UFO.

Confidential Report Analyzes Tic Tac UFO Incidents

by George Knapp                 May 18, 2018                 (lasvegasnow.com)

• George Knapp’s ‘I-Team’ featured on the Las Vegas CBS affiliate KLAS-TV news show has obtained and released a 13-page Executive Summary prepared by and for the U.S. military analyzing the so-called Tic Tac UFO that was captured on video by a Navy F-18 fighter jet in 2004 and released publically via a New York Times article in December 2017. (see 2:57 minute video below)

• The summary reveals that the Tic Tac UFO played ‘cat and mouse’ with the U.S. Navy off the coast of California over a two-week period in late 2004. The U.S.S. Nimitz aircraft carrier, and its support ships including the U.S.S. Princeton carrying the most sophisticated sensor systems in the world, repeatedly detected recurring glimpses of the 45-foot long Tic Tac but were unable to lock on.

• On Nov.14, 2004, F-18 jets were ordered into the area to view the UFOs up close. Veteran pilot Dave Fravor, commander of the elite Black Aces unit, says the Tic Tac UFO reacted to the presence of the F-18s then took off like a bullet fired from a gun …”like nothing I’ve ever seen. One minute it’s here, and off, it’s gone.” Fravor has expressed his opinion that the UFO technology was far more advanced than anything known on earth.

• The Navy’s initial report was buried and not forwarded to command. In 2009, this more comprehensive Executive Summary was compiled but not made public. In the months since the December 2017 video release, the Pentagon has remained silent. Luis Elizondo, the former Pentagon intelligence officer who ran the Pentagon UFO program stated, “There are many many Nimitz incidences that are equally compelling.”

• Earlier this year, George Knapp’s I-Team traveled to Washington D.C. for a debriefing arranged by former Senator Harry Reid. There they obtained copies of unclassified documents related to the UFO encounters including the Tic Tac. The summary analysis is not dated and has no logo, but four separate people who are familiar with its contents confirmed to the I-Team it is the real deal and was written as part of a Pentagon program.

• The summary report confirms the Nimitz group had several interactions with the UFOs (also known as ‘AAV’s’ – Anomalous Aerial Vehicles). In the 2004 incident, Navy pilots reported a large disturbance just under the surface of the ocean, round and 100 yards across. It appeared as if the Tic Tac was rendezvousing with the underwater object. It was confirmed that the UFO was not something that belonged to the U.S. or any other nation. It was so advanced, it rendered U.S. capabilities ineffective. It showed velocities far greater than anything known to exist, and it could turn itself invisible, both to radar and the human eye. Essentially, it was undetectable, and unchallenged.

I-Team Exclusive: LAS VEGAS – Fuzzy videos captured by military pilots caused a media splash over the last six months, but what were those objects in the sky?

Since the Pentagon’s release of three UFO videos, armchair experts have speculated that maybe the objects are birds or balloons or something mundane.

But now, the I-Team has obtained an in-depth report prepared by and for the military, and it analyzes the so-called Tic Tac UFO using the most sophisticated sensor systems in the world.

Over a two-week period in late 2004, an unknown, 45-foot long Tic Tac shaped object played cat and mouse with the U.S. Navy off the coast of California. The mighty U.S.S. Nimitz aircraft carrier, and its support ships including the U.S.S. Princeton, carrying the most sophisticated sensor systems in the world, repeatedly detected recurring glimpses of the Tic Tac but were unable to lock on.

On Nov.14, F-18s were ordered into the area and saw it up close. Veteran pilot Dave Fravor, commander of the elite Black Aces unit, says the Tic Tac reacted to the presence of the F-18s then took off like a bullet fired from a gun.

“It takes off like nothing I’ve ever seen. One minute it’s here, and off, it’s gone,” said retired Navy pilot David Fravor.

In the explosion of media interest that followed the Pentagon’s release of the Tic Tac video along with recordings of two other encounters, Commander Fravor expressed the opinion that the technology was far more advanced than anything known on earth.

But in the months since the release, the Pentagon has clammed up. It has declined to release official documents about the Nimitz Tic Tac encounter, or similar incidents.

“There are many many Nimitz incidences that are equally compelling, that are told from the eyes of people like Commander Dave Fravor,” said Luis Elizondo, former Pentagon intelligence officer.

Until last year, Elizondo ran AATIP, a secret Pentagon assignment that quietly evaluated UFO incident reports. He chafes at the armchair experts who claim the Tic Tac was a balloon or bird, a mistake by the pilots or a technical glitch.

“Let the data speak for itself,” he said. “Let the information we receive from electro optical data; electro mechanical mechanisms be the tool in which we look and compare what the eyewitness testimony is saying.”

Beware ‘Demonic’ Aliens: UFO Probes in US, UK Hampered by Religious Fears

May 8, 2018             (sputniknews.com)

• On May 4th, Luis Elizondo, the former US intelligence officer who ran the Pentagon’s UFO program known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, stated on the CBS affiliate television station’s news show “Las Vegas Now” that the program’s closing in 2009 had more to do with offending senior officials’ religious beliefs than budget pressures.

• Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator with the UK’s Ministry of Defense (MoD), told the Metro UK that he “…was aware that Pentagon pushback on UFO research was in part due to the religious belief of some of those involved.” “It was an odd irony that UFO investigations were being hampered because some people’s belief in God meant that they either didn’t believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life or that they regarded UFOs and extraterrestrials as demonic.” Pope said that he witnessed this type of religious pushback at the British MoD as well.

• The fact that some people regard UFOs as demonic seems to have its roots in the biblical description of Satan as being ‘the prince of the power of the air’ from Ephesians 2:2.

• David Clarke, a research fellow at Sheffield Hallam University who obtained the UK’s UFO files from the MoD following a freedom of information request, told The Guardian that UK officials have only “encouraged conspiracy theorists through their own paranoia” by closing its UFO desk in 2009 and destroying the ministry’s UFO files.

Though it was officially announced in 2012 that the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a secret US Defense Intelligence Agency program that studied UFOs, was shuttered over budget pressures, it has since been revealed that its closure had more to do with senior officials and their religious beliefs.

Speaking with Las Vegas Now on Friday, Luis Elizondo, a former intelligence officer with knowledge on the matter, explained that senior officials pushed back on the secret program over concerns that the study would become an embarrassment for the department and because it conflicted with their religious beliefs.

Elizondo, who previously spoke out about the five-year-old program to the New York Times in December 2017, stressed that though the government’s funding ended in 2012, the study continues as officials from the US Navy and the CIA offered resources to further the program. It is speculated that the program is still active, just through private funding.

It should be noted that following Elizondo’s big reveal, two videos were released by the US Department of Defense that showed service members encountering unidentified flying objects.

But Elizondo isn’t the only official spilling the beans on secret government programs investigating UFOs.

Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator with the UK’s Ministry of Defense, told the Metro UK that he, too, encountered pushback.

“I was aware that Pentagon pushback on UFO research was in part due to the religious belief of some of those involved,” Pope told the outlet. “It was an odd irony that UFO investigations were being hampered because some people’s belief in God meant that they either didn’t believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life or that they regarded UFOs and extraterrestrials as demonic.”

“The fact that some people regard UFOs as demonic seems to have its roots in the biblical description of Satan as being ‘the prince of the power of the air’ from Ephesians 2:2. Luis Elizondo says that he came up against religious pushback from senior staff when he ran the Pentagon’s UFO program and I saw some evidence of this at the MoD too,” Pope added.

I-Team: Documents Prove Secret UFO Study Based in Nevada

by George Knapp                  May 04, 2018                 (lasvegasnow.com)

• George Knapp and his “I-Team” of UFO investigators (pictured above) have released the first documents pertaining to the Pentagon UFO research program, the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’, run by Luis Elizondo and reported in December by the New York Times. (see links to documents below). The NYT article was accompanies by to declassified military videos of UFO’s, one dubbed the ‘tic-tac’ UFO seen by Navy pilots over the Pacific off of San Diego in 2004.

• Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada created and funded the program which lasted from 2008 to 2012. The top-secret government contract was awarded to Bigelow Aerospace. Elizondo confirms that Reid did not unlawfully funnel the contract to his old friend, Robert Bigelow. Rather, Bigelow had spent years and millions of dollars on his own scientific study of UFOs and related topics, and had hired a team of 46 scientists and investigators, along with dozens of other support personnel, at his Utah facility. Therefore, Bigelow was considered the most qualified to conduct a pentagon program to study breakthrough aircraft/ spacecraft propulsion technologies.

• Elizondo oversaw the study from the Pentagon, and focused on military encounters with unknown aircraft. He kept a low profile relying on an informal network of colleagues to investigate cases that came in. Said Elizondo, “It is a confederated approach, so you had folks in the Navy, in DIA, in pockets here and there. We worked collectively.”

• There was pushback at the Pentagon. Some worried the study would become an embarrassment if the word got out. Others opposed it on religious grounds.

• Bigelow Aerospace’s study produced volumes of highly technical scientific reports including projections about warp drives and anti-gravity propulsion. “These studies are so loaded with information,” Sen. Reid said. “One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there’s no explanation for. Well there are now.”

• Also see below a 1:39 minute video of Luis Elizondo explaining the decision of the Department of Defense to release the UFO videos.

LAS VEGAS – UFO investigators are hoping to obtain a treasure trove of Pentagon documents that were generated by a once-secret military study of flying saucers and other weird aircraft.

The government confirms there was a UFO program. It supposedly ended in 2012, but the Pentagon has not yet released any reports or files.

The I-Team gives the first look at documents which prove the UFO study was real and was based in southern Nevada.

Last October, former intelligence officer Luis Elizondo revealed he’d been in charge of a secret Pentagon project that studied UFOs. The story picked up steam two months later when the New York Times reported the name of the program AATIP or Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. At the same time, two once-classified videos were released.

One of them a 2004 encounter between warplanes from the USS Nimitz carrier group and a vastly superior UFO dubbed the Tic Tac.

“I received communication from a man who worked for one of the defense agencies, a PHD in physics and math. He said ‘I know everything about rockets but I don’t know what these things are,'” said Sen. Harry Reid.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid started a dialogue with a senior scientist working for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Alarmed that no one was paying attention to dramatic intrusions by unknown aircraft, Reid and colleagues secured funding for an ongoing study, but it wasn’t called AATIP. The original acronym was AAWSAP or Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program.

In Aug. 2008, DIA posted a solicitation for bids. Weeks later, the contract was awarded to Bigelow Aerospace, the initial amount was $10 million. It required Bigelow to provide a facility that qualified for top secret work. Harry Reid did not influence the selection process.

Mr. Luis Elizondo’s MUFON Interview (salient points and comments)

In the article “LUIS ELIZONDO: MUFON’s Exclusive Interview” that came out in the May 2018 issue of the MUFON Journal, I found important points to think about and which relate with AATIP (The DOD’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) and with TTSA (To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences). The article authors were Chase Kloetzke, Kerry McClure and Roger Marsh.
Elizondo’s POINT 1) It becomes unclear whether TTSA will be allowed to reveal details of the metamaterial allegedly obtained from a UAP. After explaining that it is a mistake to call it a “metal alloy” Chase Kloetzke and MUFON colleagues-authors write:
“Lue (Luis Elizondo) was unable to answer if the material was used to develop anything, but added, “One would assume that we want to analyze and try to exploit as much as possible any type of new material that we find. So, we’re most likely not going to hear too much more of that, much like all of a sudden we have Velcro or Teflon.”
My COMMENT: To avoid dangerous technology from reaching the whole world I think that at least a few highly credible scientists should sign a non-disclosure agreement and verify the unique, non-earthly characteristics of the metamaterial(s) and publicly testify under oath to Congress that what they’ve seen and scientifically verified is unlikely to have been manufactured by any known country. This would give more credence to the confirmation/disclosures thus far given. It’s been 73 years+ of skeptics and scientists asking for a “physical evidence” related to genuine UFOs and now that it has been announced it should not be considered “evidence given” based only on the credibility and authority of the TTSA members. Civilians and various institutions should assist TTSA in research. This is a great opportunity for the scientific community to rise up to the challenge. The more social forces care about the subject the more information will be released and processed in a healthy manner.
Elizondo’s POINT 2) MUFON researcher Chase Kloetzke asked Mr. Elizondo if they learned anything that keeps him up at night. The reply was “I think it’s not necessarily negative. I think we are in the precipice of potentially understanding a new paradigm. You know, mankind, our evolution has been marked by moments of clarity….I believe we are on the precipice of understanding a little bit more of our place in the cosmic neighborhood and I think that should be exciting and thrilling. We must remain cautious and diligent, but I’m not sure we necessarily need to be afraid. Concerned, sure. I’ll buy that. Afraid, I don’t think so.”
My COMMENT: I’m glad he has not seen signs of danger in the UAP, intelligent phenomenon (besides its use of unauthorized airspace as modern nation-states legally think about “their” airspace). This coincides with about 90%+ of the survey responses by experiencers in the F.R.E.E. survey. However, IF other reports (based on more specific testimony) of a space fleet needed to defend Earth against intruders (with the assistance of other benevolent civilizations) is true, the issue would be more complex than expected.
Elizondo’s POINT 3) MUFON QUESTION: Is there a space force? ANSWER: “Lue smartly answered, “Next question. Can I buy a vowel?”
My COMMENT: What does this mean? Does it mean that, yes, there is a secret space force that he is aware about but cannot mention? If so, is it elementary-initial level or super advanced as some insiders claim? How is TTSA going to sort out this issue in the future? How far does the “rabbit hole” go?
Elizondo’s POINT 4) MUFON asked: “MUFON has had many cases with Government intervention, reports and even investigations that included military jets or helicopters chasing UFOs….Is there any desire for To the Stars Academy to look at some of this evidence?” ANSWER: “To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science intends to look at…all of these incidents.” Lue answered, “No matter how serious or how ridiculous, we want the full spectrum. We want chips to fall where they fall and let the data speak for itself while we develop and fully implement this community of interest. It is going to be every bit as capable as Google or anything else.
This is the first time we can analyze data nearly in real time, in a manner that allows us to determine very quickly: is it something legitimate or is it a hoax?”
My COMMENT: Great! The “full spectrum” is a truthful attitude especially for a complex subjects with many interrelated aspects.
I believe that TTSA will be allowed to reveal more IF the TTSA community and the human community at large becomes interested and shows that it can handle the information constructively. This seems to coincide with the overall attitude of most UAP intelligences. However, “full spectrum” should include the psychic and consciousness connection, the contactees and experiencers, their alternative histories of mankind, how the cosmic community is structured, possible interventions on humanity (genetic and cultural) and the human community should be able to digest this constructively after its various narrative probabilities have been studied and sorted out with as much scientific methodology as possible.
Elizondo’s POINT 5) When Mr. Elizondo was asked “What is your best guess on the intelligence behind these craft?” He replied, “I think there’s lots of possibilities. But as I said before, it could be from outer space, inner space or the space in between. …But let’s look at another paradigm here: the present is nothing more than an infinitesimally small point in space-time.
Probably measured in plane-time, in which elements of the future become elements of the past, right? And everything that we do as human beings is experienced in that infinitesimally small moment of space-time; by the way, it’s not static, it’s moving. In fact, one could use the analogy, time is like a fuse, and the parts of the fuse that have already burned that are ashes – that’s the past. The part of the fuse that remains intact – that is the future, and this moment, this flash right where the future becomes the past, is really hard to define, because if you were to zoom close enough, you would see parts of the fuse burn unevenly.
Parts of the future and parts of the past are kind of lying over each other, and we’re now seeing this in the quantum world….the electron is actually going through the fabric of space-time and is actually ebbing in and out of existence and reappearing at an infinitely fast rate. And so, therefore the electron is everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
So, if we experience everything through this tiny little optic, everything we’ve built, everything we’ve learned, every emotion, love, fear, hate, every experience as a human being is through this tiny little moment of space-time as we are moving forward. What if there were other species or even humans, where their understanding of the present, that optic, that spark, is maybe a little bigger?
Rather than being a point, maybe it’s a range. Mabe the understanding of the present isn’t a point, but it’s a range, and maybe there’s elements of the future and the past that are experienced as the present, and, therefore, what we perceive as linear space-time maybe others don’t. In fact, maybe these are things that have lived here forever, before us. Maybe, we share the space with them.”
My COMMENT: Yes,I also think that UAP intelligences may be able to experience a “wider present,” probably because they are capable of being consciously in contact with the atemporal…to see, let’s say, from above, more simultaneous probable futures and even one’s temporal line specific past and the probable pasts that did not specifically connect with our preferred temporal line frame of reference.
I consider the fact that these issues (whether correct or not) are being told by a former official, no-nonsense, accredited person that researched UAPs for several years as very important and mind-opening. Thank you Mr. Elizondo!! It is basically a more sophisticated admission of the serious possibility that we are in fact being “visited” by (in some ways) more advanced intelligences (simplistically known as “extraterrestrials”). Inner, psychological, experiential space and physical experiential space may connect in a more useful manner for these intelligences and our civilization needs to understand how this comes to be.
While the word “consciousness” was not mentioned, it was implicit as being able to perceive a wider range of “the present” relates with consciousness as the capacity to experience. Also, if we share the same space, perhaps our legal concerns about other intelligences manifesting in our detectable space would be concerns about the right to maintain our reduced experiential space-time (including its national atmospheric air space, oceans, inside the Earth’s crust space) without being interfered with. But what if there are other ranges of space-time on Earth that we have no access too? Shouldn’t we also recognize them as legitimate for the use of these UAP intelligences? Should we also legally accept their appearance in the specific space-time segment which we normally perceive? These legal issues are a sobering and beautiful challenge.
More of us really need to grow up (meaning to expand our views and identifications) and to personally work with these issues constructively in order to create a new civilization as demanded by wider facts; generating values to live with respect toward a more connected form of existence…a connection of experiencing consciousnesses in the deeper layers of reality which overcome less ontologically real space-time separations.
Meeting the challenge which involves these more formal “revelations” requires from us to successfully come to terms with the reality world of the “UAP intelligences” as a reality which is not separate from us, especially as their technology and the cultural, political and exopolitical implications of true UAPs and their intelligences become undeniable.
Mr. Elizondo also asks us as individuals in a society to “ask the hard questions and pursue the truth.” To become involved, to care about these issues and to recognize their importance. He said that that kind of inquiry should be done by true patriots; that To the Stars Academy should not be composed by “yes people.”  I heartfully agree.
After speaking (in the 2018 Contact in the Desert Conference) with Mr. Peter Levenda the chosen writer for TTSA and (in the 2018 joint IRVA/SSE Conference) with Dr. Hal Puthoff a well-known physicist working with TTSA, I found them to be sincere, well-intentioned, reasonable and cautious in what they declare. I think that they are sincerely working with the information available to them even though they may personally suspect that other programs have been researching different issues and aspects at since since the so called “Roswell Incident.” I don’t think that most members of TTSA are necessarily pushing the idea of “an alien threat” or the continuation of a cover-up in order to further a deeply-seated mindset and some self-serving powerful individuals and entrenched interests within the military industrial complex. I think that this group of people are simply trying to understand what is going on in a moderate, rational, scientific way that can responsibly educate the public and I think that they are simply a bit weary of some (often insufficiently validated) less moderate declarations within the UFO community.
I also tried to speak with Mr. Elizondo in a conference organized by A.J. Gevaerd in Porto Alegre, Brazil but he didn’t arrive. There were questions which needed clarification and had been sent to me by other researchers…for instance why it was not mentioned from the very beginning that AATIP was in fact a secondary name for a program whose official code name was AAWSAP (The Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program). It would have facilitated obtaining validation that the Pentagon-DIA research indeed existed.
As much as TTSA needs to reach out not only to the general public but to serious – more rational and scientifically careful – researchers in the UFO community, I think that the UFO research community also needs to overcome excessive suspicions and to be more supportive of the effort led by TTSA members, even if the latter (understandably) consider the possibility of a ‘threat’ as something that has to be logically considered, especially in connection with the Pentagon. I think that the UFO community needs to extend bridges towards TTSA with a friendlier attitude and for – all of us together – to expand our personal identification psychological barriers so as to carefully sort the wheat from the chaff.

The Military Keeps Encountering UFOs. Why Doesn’t the Pentagon Care?

“We have no idea what’s behind these weird incidents because we’re not investigating.”

by Christopher Mellon            March 9, 2018             (washingtonpost.com)

• A December 16, 2018 New York Times article revealed a $22M Pentagon UFO program and released a Navy F-18 cockpit video of a “pill-shaped UFO” off of the coast of California in 2004. Now, Defense Department intelligence officials confirm more than a dozen such incidents off of the East Coast since 2015. Last October, the Air Force sent F-15 fighter jets to intercept a high-speed UFO traveling from northern California into Oregon, which was confirmed by ground radar and commercial airline pilots visually. ‘To The Stars Academy’ has released two more videos of the U.S. military capturing UFOs on video (see both of them below).

• Prior to capturing the Navy F-18 cockpit video of the original pill-shaped UFO off of the coast of San Diego in 2004, the Navy had been tracking these UFOs for a couple of weeks. They witnessed UFOs descending at supersonic speeds from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean, in broad daylight and without a discernible means of propulsion. The United States possesses nothing capable of such feats.
• Whether these are advanced technologies from Russia or China or intelligent extraterrestrials, the U.S. government doesn’t appear to be very interested in learning more about them.

• This article’s writer, Christopher Mellon, is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence for the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations, and was Staff Director for the Senate Intelligence Committee. He is currently an adviser to ‘To The Stars Academy’ and raises private funds to enable the Academy to investigate incidents like the 2004 UFO encounter off of San Diego. Says Mellon, “military departments and agencies treat such [UFO] incidents as isolated events rather than as part of a pattern requiring serious attention and investigation.”

• Reports from different services and agencies remain largely ignored and unevaluated inside their respective bureaucratic stovepipes. The current approach is equivalent to having the Army conduct a submarine search without the Navy. “A colleague of mine at To the Stars Academy, Luis Elizondo, used to run a Pentagon intelligence program that examined evidence of “anomalous” aircraft, but he resigned last fall to protest government inattention to the growing body of empirical data.” The Pentagon officially discontinued the UFO program in 2012.

• Mellon says that ‘To the Stars Academy’ is being approached by military personnel who are concerned about national security and frustrated by how the Defense Department is handling such UFO reports. “Nobody wants to be ‘the alien guy’ in the national security bureaucracy; nobody wants to be ridiculed or sidelined for drawing attention to the issue… This is true up and down the chain of command, and it is a serious and recurring impediment to progress… It is time to set aside taboos regarding UFOs and instead listen to our pilots and radar operators.”

• “The task needs to be assigned to an official with the clout to compel collaboration among disparate and often quarrelsome national security bureaucracies. A truly serious effort would involve, among other things, analysts able to review infrared satellite data, NORAD radar databases and signals, and human intelligence reporting. Congress should require an all-source study by the secretary of defense while promoting research into new forms of propulsion that might explain how these vehicles achieve such extraordinary power and maneuverability,” says Mellon. “Who knows what perils we may avoid or opportunities we might identify? The future belongs to not only the physically brave but also the intellectually agile.”

In December, the Defense Department declassified two videos documenting encounters between U.S. Navy F-18 fighters and unidentified aircraft. The first video captures multiple pilots observing and discussing a strange, hovering, egg-shaped craft, apparently one of a “fleet” of such objects, according to cockpit audio. The second shows a similar incident involving an F-18 attached to the USS Nimitz carrier battle group in 2004.

The videos, along with observations by pilots and radar operators, appear to provide evidence of the existence of aircraft far superior to anything possessed by the United States or its allies. Defense Department officials who analyze the relevant intelligence confirm more than a dozen such incidents off the East Coast alone since 2015. In another recent case, the Air Force launched F-15 fighters last October in a failed attempt to intercept an unidentified high-speed aircraft looping over the Pacific Northwest.

A third declassified video, released by To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science , a privately owned media and scientific research company to which I’m an adviser, reveals a previously undisclosed Navy encounter that occurred off the East Coast in 2015.

Is it possible that America has been technologically leap-frogged by Russia or China? Or, as many people wondered after the videos were first published by the New York Times in December, might they be evidence of some alien civilization? Unfortunately, we have no idea, because we aren’t even seeking answers.
I served as deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence for the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations and as staff director for the Senate Intelligence Committee, and I know from numerous discussions with Pentagon officials over the past two years that military departments and agencies treat such incidents as isolated events rather than as part of a pattern requiring serious attention and investigation. A colleague of mine at To the Stars Academy, Luis Elizondo, used to run a Pentagon intelligence program that examined evidence of “anomalous” aircraft, but he resigned last fall to protest government inattention to the growing body of empirical data.

Meanwhile, reports from different services and agencies remain largely ignored and unevaluated inside their respective bureaucratic stovepipes. There is no Pentagon process for synthesizing all the observations the military is making. The current approach is equivalent to having the Army conduct a submarine search without the Navy. It is also reminiscent of the counterterrorism efforts of the CIA and the FBI before Sept. 11, 2001, when each had information on the hijackers that they kept to themselves. In this instance, the truth may ultimately prove benign, but why leave it to chance?

(A Pentagon spokesman did not respond to requests from The Washington Post for comment, but in December, the military confirmed the existence of a program to investigate UFOs and said it had stopped funding the research in 2012.)

UFO off of the West Coast

UFO off of the East Coast

The military personnel who are encountering these phenomena tell remarkable stories. In one example, over the course of two weeks in November 2004, the USS Princeton, a guided-missile cruiser operating advanced naval radar, repeatedly detected unidentified aircraft operating in and around the Nimitz carrier battle group, which it was guarding off the coast of San Diego. In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean. The United States possesses nothing capable of such feats.

On at least two occasions, F-18 fighters were guided to intercept these vehicles and were able to verify their location, appearance and performance. Notably, these encounters occurred in broad daylight and were independently monitored by radars aboard multiple ships and aircraft. According to naval aviators I have spoken with at length, the vehicles were roughly 45 feet long and white. Yet these mysterious aircraft easily sped away from and outmaneuvered America’s front-line fighters without a discernible means of propulsion.

Tom DeLonge Quit Blink-182 to Become One of the World’s Leading UFO Experts

by Kelsey McKinney             February 27, 2018              (thefader.com)

• In the 1990’s and 2000’s, Tom DeLonge was a young guitarist, singer and songwriter for the successful rock band, Blink-182. Being a UFO enthusiast and having read hundreds of books on the subject, he occasionally made references to ETs in his songs, and even spoke with CNN’s Larry King about UFOs in 2012. In 2015, while camping in the Nevada desert near Area 51, Tom and some friends say they had a close encounter with a herd of unseen aliens that swarmed past the men huddled inside their buttoned-up tents.

• DeLonge’s public revelations about the existence of ETs and UFOs apparently caught the attention of some political and military officials. He was emailed an invitation to attend a meeting at the Pentagon in 2015. In 2016, leaked Hillary Clinton campaign emails revealed that DeLonge had been in correspondence with campaign manager John Podesta discussing the UFO phenomenon. DeLonge also published his own book on UFOs called Sekret Machines and plans to release a short film on UFOs later this year.

• In an October 2017 interview on Joe Rogan’s YouTube podcast, DeLonge stated: “The only way to get people to understand what the f*ck is going on is to first present them the story… and then follow up with the science, and then show them that the [technology] you are seeing can be engineered and created.” This appears to be what DeLong is planning to do.

• While his book is officially “fiction” and his close encounters are vague, they do reveal what DeLonge believes to be true: the Nazis were involved in the Roswell crash; the Cold War was part of a massive world-wide ET cover-up; the U.S. government is currently in possession of ET technology and actual alien beings; and intelligent ETs have been visiting the Earth for decades – even genetically tampering with the human species.

• By 2017, DeLonge had assembled $75,000 cash and an esteemed group of scientists, aerospace engineers, and former government and military officials, forming a public-benefit corporation called To The Stars Academy to explore the outer edges of science and bring to light ideas unrepresented in mainstream discourse. In addition to continuing to create books and documentaries, and encouraging further government disclosures and whistle blowers, the Academy will presumably engineer some of this advanced technology itself.

• One of the Academy’s highest profile members is Luis Elizondo, the CIA/DOD insider who ran the Pentagon’s secret UFO investigation program, as scooped by the New York Times last December. Elizondo resigned from his Pentegon position to join the Academy in October 2016 in order to give this information a better chance of becoming public. Other Academy members include esteemed physicist Dr. Hal Puthoff; Steve Justice (Lockheed Martin); Jim Semivan (CIA); and Chris Mellon (DIA).

• A 2017 survey by 20th Century Fox found that 47% of Americans believe in aliens, and 39% believe that aliens have visited earth. Since their public debut in October 2017, To The Stars Academy has raised almost $2.4 million toward their stated goal of $200M. Perhaps DeLonge’s timing is just right to create a groundswell of public interest resulting in high-level government full disclosure of UFOs and ET beings. Or perhaps not. There are those in the UFO community who believe that DeLonge is merely being used as part of a soft disclosure of limited information to the public.

In no particular order, here is a list of things Tom DeLonge has consistently claimed to believe: UFOs are real, aliens are real and they visit us episodically, the U.S. government has known about alien life for decades, the U.S. government has been actively experimenting with alien technologies, the Nazis were involved in Roswell, the Cold War was actually an international cover-up about extraterrestrial life, there was more to the moon landing than we were told, the mass of nuclear weapons the U.S. has is being held for a war with aliens, human evolution was tampered with by someone or something, and the U.S. government has a real live alien species locked up somewhere.

He used to sound crazy. Here was a dude in a beanie, his left arm inked from wrist to somewhere beneath his graphic tee, best known as the former co-frontman of the rock band Blink-182. In interviews, the words coming out of his mouth made less sense than the 40 “na”s strung together in the chorus of “All the Small Things.” This would have been fine — a creative mind susceptible to wild ideas is hardly unique. Except Tom DeLonge didn’t just have a passing interest or affinity; he was planning a crusade.

        Tom DeLonge of Blink-182

In late 2015, months after he announced his departure from Blink-182, Tom DeLonge began reaching out to people in politics who might be able to help him find the truth and share it with the world. Maybe no one would have known he was doing it if he hadn’t been emailing with Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta. When her campaign email server leaked in March 2016, though, there was a bundle of emails from Tom DeLonge: sending links, asking Podesta questions about alien life, and trying to set up a meeting between Podesta and an Air Force general to discuss what really happened at Roswell.

He was also dabbling in alien fiction. Sekret Machines Book 1: Chasing Shadows, a novel, came out in April 2016. He has a young adult series called Poet Anderson, a children’s book, and both an alien-inspired album and short film slated to come out later this year. Each of these projects is meant to be grounded in the knowledge DeLonge has acquired through his years of research, like a bite-sized introduction to what he believes is the whole truth. In a YouTube interview with Joe Rogan in October 2017, he said, “The only way to get people to understand what the fuck is going on is to first present them the story […] and then follow up with the science, and then show them that the [technology] you are seeing can be engineered and created.”

So next comes the science. In October 2017, with over $75,000 cash and more than a million dollars in assets, according to SEC filings, DeLonge launched the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences, comprising a group of 10 scientists, aerospace engineers, and creatives. Their aim is to explore the “outer edges of science,” bringing to light ideas unpresented by mainstream discourse, and to try to discover proof of what DeLonge already believes. They’ll also create cultural products like novels and movies to make those ideas more accessible. The plan is something like: film Star Wars, release a documentary explaining hyperdrives and lightsabers, then raise the money to somehow actually build them.

And… maybe you can? In December, two months after the launch of the To The Stars Academy, The New York Times published an article revealing a decade-long, taxpayer-funded Pentagon program that investigated UFOs without the knowledge of the American people. (The Defense Department says it closed in 2012, though some skeptics say that it’s still in existence.) Their big scoop was based off research straight from DeLonge’s foundation. Luis Elizondo, a former Pentagon employee who ran the department and became the story’s main source, was one of the first employees of To The Stars.

Former Nevada Senator Harry Reid, who greenlit the secret Pentagon program for investigating UFOs, supports DeLonge’s cause. “I think what DeLonge helped start is really wonderful,” Reid told The FADER. “I think it’s remarkable that he’s gotten this team together. They’re all scientists with deep experience.”

Suddenly, DeLonge didn’t sound like a man possessed. He sounded like a man who knew something. “I know that it’s fun to make snarky comments, but this isn’t the kind of thing to joke about,” he told the New York Daily News in December. “This is going to really affect a lot of people and a lot of people’s belief systems.” Tom DeLonge might sound crazy to you, but he’s already had one of his claims verified. And there’s no telling what else he believes that isn’t just conspiratorial rambling, but truth.

                To The Stars Academy

This is the story of how Tom DeLonge got very, very serious about aliens.

On the 1999 Blink-182 album Enema of the State, DeLonge co-wrote the song titled “Aliens Exist.” The next year, in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, he said that the track was “about aliens that come to earth and fly up your butt […] and it’s true,” hence the “enema” in the album’s title. “I’m one of those freaks that really believes that stuff exists,” he wrote in a program for the accompanying tour. “I think if anybody out there does a little bit of research they will find that they side with me.”

In 2000, his Blink-182 bandmate Mark Hoppus told Rolling Stone that Tom “believes anything he reads. You could say, ‘I read in a magazine that an alien landed in Australia. A doctor found him and did an autopsy – there’s footage on the Internet.’ And Tom wouldn’t even question it. He would take it as gospel and go around telling everybody.”

The band gave DeLonge the platform to talk about what he believed and, because he was already famous, a built-in audience. In 2011, the same year Blink released their sixth studio album, he launched his own (now-defunct) website for conspiracy theories called StrangeTimes. In 2012, he went on Larry King to discuss UFOs: “Everyone wants evidence, but no one will take testimony,” a flustered DeLonge told to a UFO skeptic. Of course he was flustered, because at that point, testimony was all he had — that is, until he met his first alien in 2015. Well, maybe heard is a better word for it.

DeLonge was traveling in the desert around Area 51 with some fellow believers filming a documentary about UFOs and government cover-ups. His tired crew drove off-road to find a good place to build a fire, set up a tent, and, hell, maybe try to reach some aliens. That night, when DeLonge awoke to “a chorus of voices — hundreds of people talking around the tent,” he already knew that aliens don’t speak like we do. “They speak on the level of consciousness,” he told George Noory on the late-night radio show Coast to Coast AM, which focuses on the paranormal. When he woke up the next morning, his experience was confirmed: a traveling companion had heard the same thing. (DeLonge denied multiple requests to comment for this piece.)

The experience in the desert affirmed his years of questioning. Years where he had read, by his own count, more than 200 books on the subject. Finally with proof, he quit Blink-182 to focus full-time on UFOs. “I can’t tour nine months out of the year with enough time to do the enormity of what I’m setting out to do,” he told Mic. He sought out Podesta and members of the intelligence community until, by his telling of it, DeLonge was inducted into a metaphorical tent of secrets by the United States government.

The Physics of UFOs: “If This Was a Court of Law, We Are Beyond a Reasonable Doubt.”

by Arjun Walia            February 13, 2018             (collective-evolution.com)

• The above is a quote by Luis Elizondo in a recent interview by George Knapp and the I-Team Las Vegas (pictured above). Elizondo was the director of the Pentagon’s $22M UFO research program until he retired to join Tom Delonge’s ‘To The Stars Academy’ to make public an F-18 cockpit video of a tic-tac shaped UFO and an accompanying New York Times article last December. The Pentagon program was authorized by Senator Harry Reid in conjunction with Bigelow Aerospace. Founder Robert Bigelow said in a ’60 Minutes’ (CBS) interview that the Earth is currently being visited by extraterrestrials, an opinion shared by Elizondo.

• Elizondo said, “…advanced physics and quantum mechanics…sudden and extreme acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans-medium travel and… positive lift, or anti-gravity, is really a manifestation of a single technology …(that) we think we know…”.

• Fellow ‘Stars Academy’ member, physicist Dr. Hal Puthoff said in a recent radio interview that the tic-tac UFO created a ‘space-time metric’ “able to create their own space-time bubbles,” making it easy for UFOs to travel what humans perceive as impossible distances in a short period of time. Elizondo told CNN that the tic-tac UFO video doesn’t even compare with the other UFO footage that they plan to release.

• Dr. Thoedore C. Loder, Professor of Earth Sciences at the University of New Hampshire, predicted that revelations in propulsion technology will dramatically alter our 20th century view of physics and technology and must be considered in planning for both energy and transportation needs in the 21st century.

• The technologies fall into the following broad categories: a) quantum vacuum/ zero point field electromagnetic energy; b) electrogravitic and magnetogravitic energy; c) room temperature nuclear energy; and d) electrochemical internal combustion systems.

• The only real way the human experience can evolve and move forward is with total transparency. We are more than what we’ve been made to believe, and our capability and potential for good is far beyond anything we can imagine.

If this was a court of law, we are beyond reasonable doubt.” Those were the words of Luis Elizondo in a recent interview by I-Team Las Vegas and George Knapp (as seen in the picture). Last October, Elizondo ended his long career with the U.S. government, and with one of his most recent positions being the director of the Pentagon’s study of unknown aerial objects (ATTIP), he definately knows a thing or two about the subject. The program was authorized by Harry Reid, a former U.S. Senator in conjunction with Bigelow Aerospace.

Not long ago, the founder of Bigelow aerospace told the public (in a 60 minutes interview) that we are not alone, and that Earth is currently being visited by extraterrestrials. Elizondo also shared his belief that there is a lot of evidence showing that we’re “probably not alone, whatever that means.”

Elizondo is part of the To The Stars Academy, headed up by Tom Delonge, the company that the US Government is working with to disclose the existence of UFOs to the American public, as well as the exotic technologies that go with them. They are the ones the Pentagon went through to spread the release of their UFO footage.

The team also includes Jim Semivam, a former senior intelligence service member of the Central Intelligence Agency, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for intelligence Christopher Mellon, and a recently retired Program Director for Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin, Steve Justice.

The company’s team also has Hal Puthoff, a co-founder of the US Government’s Stargate Progam, a 25 year program that investigated parapsychological phenomena.
When Elizondo made the court of law statement, he was referring to the scientific data, and more, we now have showing that something strange has been going on in our atmosphere for a very long time. He’s also gone on the record, stating that.
“For the first time, we have a compelling picture that what we are seeing is explained in our current understanding of physics, advanced physics, and quantum mechanics… perhaps all these observables that we have been seeing, for example: sudden and extreme acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans-medium travel and last but not least positive lift, or anti-gravity, is really a manifestation of a single technology. So it’s not five exotic technologies we’re trying to figure out how it works. It’s one and we think we know that one too.”

“Spacetime Metric Engineering”

An article published on the To The Stars website states as follows,
“One of the scientists that helped figure it out is physicist Dr. Hal Puthoff. He wrote the proposal that helped Bigelow land the [DoD] contract to study UFOs and in a recent radio interview, said he commissioned 38 scientific papers during the study to explore exotic propulsion ideas, including what he called “spacetime metric engineering.” In essence, the Gimbal and Tic-Tac craft were able to create their own spacetime bubbles.”

One of the first statements Steve Justice (mentioned above) made using the To The Stars platform is that, when it comes to the technologies he’s been around, worked with, and seen, it would be an understatement to call them revolutionary.

He also stated, while discussing the concept for the craft that To The Stars plans to build, the following:
This is a concept for an international point-to-point transportation craft that will erase the current travel limits of distance and time. It mimics the capabilities observed in unidentified aerial phenomenon by employing a driver system that alters space-time metric. We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to “realize” the capability.

By making this statement, he is telling the world that Unidentified Flying Objects (which are commonly tracked on military radar) utilize a device that somehow combats the problem of distance and time, making it easy for them to travel what we humans perceive as great and impossible distances in a short period of time.

UFO Metal Mystery: Material Allegedly Stored by Pentagon is ‘Not From This Earth’

by Jon Austin           February 22, 2018            (express.co.uk)

• The report claims that the Department of Defense Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) a program that was run by military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, had recovered “unknown alloys” believed to have come from a UFO that had been tested and found to have properties unknown to science, and are thus materials “not from this earth”.

• Luis Elizondo was interviewed in February by Alejandro Rojas, the host of the UFO Congress, the world’s biggest UFO conference, in Phoenix, Arizona. Rojas said, “I can tell you it is not a (normal) alloy like the New York Times claims.” Elizondo stated that it is a ‘meta material’ with strange isotopic values. A ‘meta material’ is a material made from assemblies of multiple elements fashioned from composite materials such as metals or plastics, that are engineered to have a property that is not found in nature.

• “The question is do they come from outer space or inner space or somewhere in between. I don’t know,” said Elizondo. “I think it is really, really unlikely to come from another country like Russia or China. Some people claim the materials were provided by UFO investigators, and others believe they were recovered by the government.

• The bulk of the money allocated by the DoD for the Pentagon program reportedly went to Bigelow Aerospace in Las Vegas, run by billionaire US businessman Robert Bigelow. Bigelow’s Las Vegas headquarters was modified to accommodate the storage of these alien materials. During an interview with prime time CBS current affairs show 60 Minutes in May 2017, Bigelow revealed that intelligent aliens are secretly living on Earth, and the government knows it.

• No images have surfaced of the alleged alien material, nor any details of where the objects were found, or how many items there have, or whether they have been tested, or what has ultimately happened to them.

[Editor’s Note]  See 35:55 YouTube video below of Luis Elizondo answering a series of questions that was provided to the UFO Congress in February 2018.

Substances allegedly recovered from a UFO were found to be made of materials “not from this earth”, it has staggeringly been claimed. A top UFO expert told Express.co.uk he has been assured that the material has been tested and has been found to have inexplicable properties.

In December, a New York Time article revealed details of a top-secret £16 million US Pentagon study into the potential threat posed by UFOs.

The report claimed the Department of Defense (DoD) Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Programme (AATIP) even recovered “unknown alloys” believed to have come from a UFO that had been tested and found to have properties unknown to science.

The project was run by military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring.
He has revealed two former classified videos of suspected UFOs that were looked at, but nothing to confirm the metal actually exists.

However, he has given an exclusive interview to the organisers of the UFO Congress, which is the world’s biggest UFO conference, and took place in Phoenix, Arizona, this month.

Alejandro Rojas, host of the UFO Congress said Mr Elizondo had told him more about the metal during the exclusive interviews that were screened at the event.

Mr Rojas said: “I can tell you it is not an alloy like the New York Times claims.

“I shared at our conference that Elizondo has told me it is a ‘meta material’ with strange isotopic values indicating it is not from earth.”

A metamaterial is a material engineered to have a property that is not found in nature. They are made from assemblies of multiple elements fashioned from composite materials such as metals or plastics.

No other details have so far surfaced, with some people claiming the materials were provided by UFO investigators, and others believing they were recovered by the government.

Mr Elizondo said in the interview: “The question is do they come from outer space or inner space or somewhere in between. I don’t know.

“The data we have been seeing is so advanced it is hard enough for us to replicate our observations with our understanding of quantum mechanics. But for this type of technology to be available when we first started seeing it, I think is beyond improbable, I’m not going to say impossible, but I think it is really, really unlikely to come from another country like Russia or China.

“It leads to the next quest if it is not ours and not theirs, then whose is it?

“I don’t know whose it is and that is why we are asking the questions and why we did what we did for the last 10 years and why we need to continue doing what we are doing because we need to ask those questions.

“We don’t know who they belong to, we don’t know who they are or what they are, but we know they are real.”

The bulk of the money allocated by the DoD for the project reportedly went via a contract to Bigelow Aerospace in Las Vegas, run by billionaire US businessman Robert Bigelow, who is also working with NASA to create a new expandable spacecraft.

Last May, Mr Bigelow stunned the world by declaring during an interview with prime time CBS current affairs show 60 Minutes intelligent aliens are secretly living on Earth, and the government knows.

Former Pentagon Director Says UFOs Warp Space-Time for Uncanny Movement: Did Aliens Figure Out Time Travel?

by Bihu Ray              February 10, 2018               (ibtimes.co.in)

• Former director of the Pentagon’s $22M Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, and current member of To The Stars Academy, Luis Elizondo has put forward an explanation about “the physics of how it works”.

• “We do believe all these observables we’ve been seeing, sudden and extreme acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans medium travel, and last but not least, positive lift, anti-gravity – is really the manifestation of a single technology,” said Elizondo. It is the ability to warp space-time, Elizondo explained, and not by a lot, but by a little – a theoretical passage through space-time that could create shortcuts for long journeys across the universe.

• Does extraterrestrial spacecraft propulsion involved navigating space-time wormholes through the universe, to essentially time-travel?

Alien and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO) have been mind-boggling stuff since 1947 – the first time a well-known UFO sighting occurred. A businessman, who was flying his small plane, had claimed to have seen nine high-speed objects near Mount Rainier in Washington. He had said that the crescent-shaped objects had tremendous speed and moved “like saucers skipping on water.”

Cut to 2004, Navy pilots encountered a UFO off the San Diego coast. According to an eyewitness, pilot David Fravor, the 40-foot Tic-Tac shaped white vehicle moved, unlike any other thing he had ever seen in the air with lightning speed.

Not only in these two incidents but UFOs are often reported to display bizarre aerodynamics, defying the laws of Physics, which human minds are still incapable of apprehending.

Former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program – the Pentagon’s program to identify and investigate UFOs, Luis Elizondo has put forward an explanation about “the physics of how it works”.

“We do believe all these observables we’ve been seeing, sudden and extreme acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans medium travel, and last but not least, positive lift, anti-gravity – is really the manifestation of a single technology,” Elizondo said, according to Daily Star.

It is the ability to warp space-time, Elizondo explained, and not by a lot, but by a little.

Space and Time Warps theory says that the fourth dimension called the space-time continuum, which fuses the three dimensions of space and the one dimension of time, can be bent like a cloth when exposed to high gravity of objects.

Existence of UFOs ‘Proven Beyond Reasonable Doubt’, Says Former Chief of Real-Life ‘X-Files’ Department at the Pentagon

December 24, 2017            (dailymail.co.uk)

• The former head of a Pentagon UFO Program unveiled on December 16th, Luis Elizondo, said that UFOs visiting Earth has been ‘proved beyond reasonable doubt’. Elizondo told The Independent: “I think it’s pretty clear this is not us, and it’s not anyone else. So one has to ask the question where they’re from.”

• In addition to interviewing pilots and military personnel who reported experiences with UFOs ‘acting in a way that seemed to be beyond human beings’ current capabilities’, the program also investigated the science of ‘wormholes’ and ‘warp drives’. Elizondo further stated that UFOs have often been found near nuclear and power plants.

• Elizondo said he resigned from the Pentagon program in October because he believes the government needs to provide more funding and support to UFO research. He immediately joined up with Tom DeLonge to form ‘To The Stars Academy’.

• The DoD UFO program was created by then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada), with the support of the late Senators Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii) and Republican Ted Stevens (R-Alaska), based upon their fears that the unexplained phenomena could be advanced weaponry or technology from foreign states such as Russia or China which could threaten the US, and therefore posed a national security issue.

• After seven years, and ‘very little to show for it’, Reid decided it wasn’t worth continuing. The program ostensibly ceased in 2012, but according to its backers the program remains in existence and officials continue to investigate UFO episodes brought to their attention by service members.

• Speaking to CNN, Elizondo said: ‘My personal belief is that there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone. (see video below)

The former head of a Pentagon program to understand the mysteries of UFOs has said that such objects visiting Earth had been ‘proved beyond reasonable doubt’.

Speaking to The Telegraph, former Intelligence Officer Luis Elizondo said that unidentified flying objects of advanced capabilities have been seen ‘lots’ over the years.

Elizondo, who presided over the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program until two months ago, told The Independent: ‘I think it’s pretty clear this is not us, and it’s not anyone else, so one has to ask the question where they’re from.’

The program, inaugurated in 2007 and funded with $22million of government funds, was revealed to the public earlier this month.

Elizondo further said that UFOs have often been found near nuclear and power plants.

He said he resigned from his government job because he believes the government needs to provide more funding and support.

The Defense Department finally acknowledged the existence of its long-secret UFO investigation program earlier this month, when officials shifted attention and funding to other priorities.

Its initial funding came largely at the request of former Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, the Nevada Democrat long known for his enthusiasm for space phenomena, the newspaper said.

The program was created by then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada), with the support of the late Senators Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii) and Republican Ted Stevens (R-Alaska).

Their fears were that the unexplained phenomena could be advanced weaponry or technology from foreign states such as Russia or China which could threaten the US.

‘Was this China or Russia trying to do something or has some propulsion system we are not familiar with?’ a former staffer told Politico.

While Elizondo, who ran the initiative, stressed he wanted to take the ‘voodoo’ out of a ‘voodoo science,’ the program investigated some issues that sound like they’re straight out of a science fiction movie.

They included ‘wormholes’ and ‘warp drives’ as well as interviewing pilots and military personnel who reported experiences with UFOs.

Elizondo said that many of the Navy pilots described aircraft moving and acting in a way that seemed to be beyond human beings’ current capabilities.

‘We had never seen anything like it,’ he said.

The former staffer said that Reid believed there could be a valid national security issue and so agreed to fund the program.

But after a few years, and very little to show for it, Reid decided it wasn’t worth continuing.

‘After a while the consensus was we really couldn’t find anything of substance,’ he recalled. ‘They produced reams of paperwork. After all of that there was really nothing there that we could find. It all pretty much dissolved from that reason alone—and the interest level was losing steam. We only did it a couple years.’

‘There was really nothing there that we could justify using taxpayer money,’ he added. ‘We let it die a slow death. It was well spent money in the beginning.’

According to the Pentagon, the program ‘ended in the 2012 timeframe.’

Yet according to its backers, the program remains in existence and officials continue to investigate UFO episodes brought to their attention by service members, the newspaper said.
The Pentagon openly acknowledged the fate of the program in response to a Reuters query.
‘The Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program ended in the 2012 timeframe,’ Pentagon spokeswoman Laura Ochoa said in an email.

‘It was determined that there were other, higher priority issues that merited funding and it was in the best interest of the DoD to make a change,’ she said.

But the Pentagon was less clear about whether the UFO program continues to hover somewhere in the vast universe of the U.S. defense establishment.

‘The DoD takes seriously all threats and potential threats to our people, our assets, and our mission and takes action whenever credible information is developed,’ Ochoa said.

What is less in doubt is former senator Reid’s enthusiasm for UFOs and his likely role in launching the Pentagon initiative to identify advanced aviation threats.

‘If you’ve talked to Harry Reid for 60 seconds then it’s the least surprising thing ever that he loves UFOs and got an earmark to study them,’ former Reid spokeswoman Kristen Orthman said in a message on Twitter.

Or as Reid himself said in a tweet that linked to the Times’ story: ‘The truth is out there. Seriously.’

Elizondo has since joined former Blink 182 vocalist Tom DeLonge’s company To The Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences – described as a ‘public benefit corporation’ that has ‘mobilized a team of the most experienced, connected and passionately curious minds from the U.S. intelligence community, including the CIA, Department of Defense, who have been operating under the shadows of top-secrecy for decades.’

Speaking to CNN, he said: ‘My personal belief is that there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone.

Did 2004 UFO Incident involve Aliens or Russian Antigravity Spacecraft?

On October 11, Rockstar Tom DeLonge hosted a live streaming of the formal launch of his “To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science”. During the launch, he introduced Luis Elizondo, a former career intelligence officer, who headed a nearly decade-long Pentagon program to investigate Unidentified Aerial Threats.

Film footage from a November 14, 2004 UFO incident involving multiple F-18 jets from the USS Nimitz was introduced and it was announced that official files were now made available by the Pentagon for public scrutiny.

Navy pilots described the UFO as defying the laws of physics, and not part of any U.S. conventional aerospace program as described by Dave Fravor (Commander, US Navy ret.), one of the pilots who witnessed the incident who was referred to in a March 2015 article:

On several occasions beginning 10 November [2004], the Fire Control Officer and the extremely experienced Fire Control Senior Chief had detected multiple returns descending from far above the radar’s scan volume–somewhere higher than 80,000 ft.  The targets, dubbed Anomalous Aerial Vehicles (AAVs), would drop from above 80K to hover roughly 50 feet off the water in a matter of seconds.

Always over the same spot, a Lat/Long about 30NM off the coast of Baja, roughly 70nm southwest of Tijuana.  At the time, the SPY-1 was the most sophisticated and powerful tactical radar on the planet.  With it, they were able to track these AAVs while they descended, hovered and then zipped away at speeds, turn rates and accelerations faster than any known friendly or threat aircraft.  Impossibly fast.

An official US Navy Event Summary Report of the incident had earlier been made available online. Nevertheless, most of the mainstream media simply ignored DeLonge’s launch and the abundant documentation related to the UFO incident.

All that changed on December 16, 2017, when the New York Times and Politico ran a story focusing on Elizondo and the 2004 UFO incident. More details were released about Elizondo’s Pentagon program which we learned was officially funded from 2007 to 2012 by a $22 million grant created by a group of Congressmen led by former Senator Harry Reid.

The funds were funneled through Reid’s billionaire friend, Robert Bigelow, who runs a civilian based aerospace company to build expandable human habitats for Earth Orbit and Deep Space missions.

There has subsequently been a tsunami of mainstream media reports about the Pentagon program headed by Elizondo, the $22 million funding it received and the 2004 incident. DeLonge and his To The Stars Academy was suddenly major news around the world.

The tone set in the media coverage was respectful and serious as illustrated in a Tucker Carlson interview of the Navy pilot from the 2004 incident.

The mainstream media was telling the public that it was time to discard the tinfoil hat association that has long prevented serious scrutiny of the UFO phenomenon.

Why the two month long delay in covering Elizondo’s testimony and the 2004 UFO incident? Were the New York Times and Politico stories designed to kickstart a long-hoped for official disclosure process concerning UFOs which DeLonge has been suggesting for well over a year and a half with the launch of his “Sekret Machines” multimedia project in April  2016?

There is little doubt that DeLonge has been assisted by a group of high level insiders that have chosen him as the vehicle for disclosing the truth behind the UFO phenomenon. In March, 2016, DeLonge gave a number of interviews where he said that he was given access to 10 high level insiders, including generals, who had agreed to be part of his advisory team.

In mid-2016, Wikileaks released emails showing a clear link between the Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign and DeLonge through her campaign chair, John Podesta. This corroborated DeLonge’s claim of being supported by high level insiders, and confirmed the US Air Force connection to DeLonge via retired Major General McCasland, the former head of a top secret research laboratory at Wright Paterson AFB. Another retired USAF Major General, Michael Carey, had written a back cover endorsement of Sekret Machines.

Indeed, subsequent UFO references by Clinton and Podesta, during the campaign appeared to be laying the foundation for future disclosures by a Clinton Presidency that would dovetail DeLonge’s initiative.  The successful Trump Presidential campaign was a major setback in what appeared to be a highly orchestrated disclosure initiative that could be traced to the USAF.

This suggests that DeLonge is part of a USAF sanctioned disclosure initiative and any UFO cases that are officially released are designed to support his effort. This gives us a clue as to the likely origin of the UFOs witnessed and recorded from the 2004 Nimitz incident, which was carefully handpicked for DeLonge’s October 2017 launch of his To The Stars Academy, and the subsequent New York Times and Politico stories.

In his 2016, fiction based on fact book, Sekret Machines, DeLonge referred to a secret space program operated out of Area 51, Nevada, featuring both triangle and saucer shaped craft that were capable of defying the laws of physics through their antigravity technologies. It’s important to emphasize that the purported facts in the book were presented to DeLonge by his 10 man advisory team, whom he believes have provided him the most authoritative disclosure yet to emerge on the topics of UFOs, extraterrestrial life and secret space programs.

The connection to the 2004 incident involving the USS Nimitz now becomes pertinent. In releasing official Pentagon information about the 2004 incident, was the intent to reveal the existence of extraterrestrial piloted UFOs or of a secret space program run by a rival nation state?

The answer found in DeLonge’s Sekret Machines is that both the USAF and Russia are described as possessing their own fleets of antigravity spacecraft capable of defying the laws of physics. Russia’s secret space program is described throughout the book as clear threat in terms of overflights of US territory and nuclear facilities, abductions of American citizens, and hostile military actions against US space assets.

There is little mention in DeLonge’s book of extraterrestrial life other than a vague reference to ancient Gods that deceived humanity through their advanced technologies, which today are seeded to major nations as modern apples of discord.

DeLonge’s first Sekret Machines book is an effort to depict the UFO phenomenon as primarily involving advanced aerospace vehicles first developed by Nazi Germany during World War II, and then reverse engineered by the US and Russia with the help of German scientists previously involved in the Nazi programs.

It’s worth emphasizing that the high level of insider support given to DeLonge suggests that his books and initiatives are part of an officially sanctioned disclosure process, which is backed by the USAF in particular, and the Pentagon more generally.

All this suggests that the 2004 incident involving the USS Nimitiz will fit a narrative that is slowly emerging through DeLonge’s Sekret Machines book series and To The Stars Academy. This firmly points to the incident eventually being depicted as Russian antigravity craft taking a menacing posture to the Navy battle group.

There are obvious political advantages in depicting Russia possessing a secret space program that menaces US warships in international waters. This would make it possible for the Pentagon to receive substantial increases in funding for its own USAF run secret space program, which is just as advanced as the Russian program, according to DeLonge.

Depicting UFOs as national security threats posed by the Russians, with their steadily growing alliance with China, would enable programs created to deal with this threat to be kept highly classified. Indeed, the name of Elizondo’s Pentagon project, the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program”, alludes to such a process already being underway.

Finally, revealing a Russian connection to the 2004 Nimitz incident, whether contrived or not, would feed into the anti-Russia hysteria that was generated by the US intelligence community over the election of Donald Trump. Fed by this hysteria of unknown Russian interference in the most sacrosanct of US political processes, many American citizens would likely buy into a new media narrative that Russia, with the growing support of China, has become a major global threat through a secret space program.

I hope I’m wrong but there are clear signs that DeLonge’s Sekret Machines and To The Stars Academy disclosure initiatives are evolving into a “limited hangout”. Some of the truth about secret space programs and advanced technologies will be released, which is a welcome development. However, important information about other key aspects to the UFO phenomenon, such as extraterrestrial visitation, a German Secret Space Program that survived WWII, and a Navy run space program called Solar Warden operating in deep space, will continue to be suppressed.

The 2004 UFO incident is intriguing, and there may well be an other-worldly component, but it’s highly likely that this particular incident was chosen so that Russia would be eventually identified as the culprit for political reasons. I’m sure major US defense contractors are salivating at the prospect of building fleets of armed antigravity spacecraft to respond to a contrived Russian (and Chinese) threat to US national security through a secret space program.

US Government To Release Official Video Footage, Pictures & Documented Evidence Of UFOs

by Arjun Walia           October 24, 2017          (collective-evolution.com)

• The former Blink 182 band member, Tom DeLonge, backed by a handful of high-ranking military and government officials, launched the “To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, aimed to release classified advanced technologies and documentation of UFOs.

• In a live Facebook feed on October 11th, a recently retired career intelligence officer, Luis Elizondo, now working with DeLonge, announced that they would also provide clear video footage of UFOs provided by the US government.

• Other governments have already released their official UFO files.

• For many years, Governments have devoted vast resources to tracking UFO craft, and have accumulated evidence of a long history of military and civilian encounters with UFOs.

• For some reason, however, the public remains skeptical and is awaiting an official announcement from the government and the mainstream media, even though recent polls show that over half of Americans do not believe the official government account of the 9/11 “attack”.

• Still, with all of this disclosure, there is no mention of the extraterrestrials who presumably operate some of these UFOs.

Over the past few years, multiple governments and government agencies have officially released their ‘UFO’ files. What does this show us? Apart from revealing there are objects in our atmosphere travelling at speeds and performing maneuvers that no known conventional aircraft can perform, it shows us that such agencies have been interested in and have been tracking these craft for years, devoting vast resources to their study. If these released files make anything clear, it’s that there has been a long history of military and civilian encounters with UFOs and strange objects.

Testimony from military and political insiders, as well as academics, complements these files, and their stories are the major reason why so many believe these unknown objects are extraterrestrial in origin. Regardless of where you believe they came from, the extraterrestrial hypothesis is entirely plausible, and the official public disclosure of such information has tremendous implications, as you can imagine.

“There is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, by other civilizations. Who they are, where they are from, and what they want should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation and not be the subject of ‘rubishing’ by tabloid newspapers.” – Lord Admiral Hill-Norton, Former Chief of Defence Staff, 5 Star Admiral of the Royal Navy, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee.

Yet people remain skeptical, relying on the government and mainstream media to make an official disclosure. This is concerning, particularly given the lack of trust most people have in their governments to begin with. 9/11 is perhaps the best example of this mistrust. Recent polls show that more that more than half of the American population doesn’t believe the official story put out by their government.

Well, it’s almost 2018, and every year the UFO/extraterrestrial topic seems to become more popular, and credible, within the mainstream world. The recent launch of To The Stars Academy of Arts & SciencE (TTS/AAS), headed by former Blink 182 band member Tom DeLonge, is one reason for this shift in perception.

DeLonge has gathered an impressive list of people to help him with his mission, which aims to push disclosure of discoveries that have been locked up in deep black budget programs. It’s an initiative mobilizing “the brightest minds from within the top-secret shadows of aerospace, science and the Department of Defense.” The academy is composed of science, aerospace, and entertainment divisions “intended to provide support to exceptionally gifted researchers with expectations to exponentially yield new concepts and technologies of significance on an accelerated timeline.”

A few days ago, Tom, along with other representatives of the initiative — including Jim Semivan, a longtime senior intelligence service member for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) — launched their project live on Facebook.

Other representatives include Dr. Hal Puthoff, who was a big player in the U.S. government’s “Stargate Program,” and Steve Justice, who was the Program Director for Advanced Systems from Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs — better known as “Skunk Works” — for 31 years.

Another representative, Chris Mellon, commented: “To the Stars represents an opportunity to reach beyond the normal boundaries of Aerospace to create products that we can call them revolutionary and that’s too mild of a word.”

In essence, the program aims to bring forth these classified technologies and concepts and use them to better our world. They will also be exploring telepathy and other ‘psi’ phenomena that have been studied for decades by multiple scientists and governments.

Mellon’s comments above corroborate with comments made by Ben Rich, Lockeed Skunkwork’s second director, who worked there from 1975 to 1991. He said, “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”

During the Facebook Live feed, Luis Elizondo, the Director of Global & Special Programs for To The Stars, announced that the academy will be releasing official, previously classified data and documentation in collaboration with the U.S. government.

A career intelligence officer who has worked with the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, the National Counterintelligence Executive, and the Director of National Intelligence, Elizondo resigned from the Pentagon just one week before the launch of the academy. For nearly the last decade of his career, he ran a sensitive aerospace threat identification program focusing on unidentified aerial technologies.

When asked if these UFOs are a threat, he told journalist and New York Times best selling author Leslie Keen “they did not exhibit overt hostility.” “But something unexplained is always assumed to be a potential threat until we are certain it isn’t. On the bright side, I believe we are closer than ever before in our understanding of how it operates,” he continued.

High Ranking US Government Official Blows Whistle On UFOs A Week After Leaving The Pentagon

by Arjun Walia         October 24, 2017         (collective-evolution.com)

• Tom DeLonge’s recently formed “To The Stars Academy” member, Luis Elizondo, is a recently retired career intelligence officer who has worked for the US Army and the Dept of Defense, and as the National Counterintelligence Executive, Director of National Intelligence, and Director for the National Programs Management Staff.

• For the last 10 years of his career, Elizondo “ran a sensitive aerospace threat identification program focusing on unidentified aerial technologies.”

• The Huffington Post noted that “In less than two weeks after leaving the Pentagon, Luis Elizondo confirmed that UFOs are a real; they exist, and they have been officially documented.  Can anyone argue with this fact now?”

• The “To The Stars” team aims to make the reality of UFOs public knowledge. “[T]here is sufficient credible evidence… that proves exotic technologies exist that could revolutionize the human experience.”

• Could this recent mainstream initiative be a true disclosure movement?  Or is Tom Delonge simply being used by the US government to further some hidden agenda? Do they want to confirm the reality of UFOs, but debunk the extraterrestrial hypothesis by stating these craft are all man made? Do they want to create more awareness so they can perform a “false flag alien invasion”?

“Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered. . . . We are not alone in the universe, they have been coming here for a long time. I happen to be privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet, and the UFO phenomenon is real.” Who is this high ranking official that “blew the whistle” on the reality of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs)? His name is Luis Elizondo, and he’s the current Director of Global Security and Special Programs for the recently launched To The Stars Academy.

Elizondo is just one of many prestigious individuals to join the academy. A career intelligence officer, his experience includes working in the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, and the National Counterintelligence Executive, and he spent time as the Director of National Intelligence. He’s also managed the security for several sensitive projects for the U.S. government as the Director for the National Programs Special Management Staff.

                          Luis Elizondo

For the last 10 years of his career, Elizondo “ran a sensitive aerospace threat identification program focusing on unidentified aerial technologies.” Where he learned that, as he mentions in the video below at approximately the 20 minute at 50 second mark, “the phenomenon is indeed real.”

To The Stars aims to make the reality of UFOs public knowledge. Some of these objects perform maneuvers and travel at speeds that defy our understanding of physics, and Elizondo is just one of many people trying to raise awareness about it. As New York Times best-selling author and journalist Leslie Keen explains in an article she wrote for The Huffington Post:

Something extraordinary was revealed today. Former high-level officials and scientists with deep black experience who have always remained in the shadows came forward on one platform. These insiders have long-standing connections to government agencies which may have programs investigating unidentifed (sic) aerial phenomena (UAP/UFOs). The team includes a 25-year veteran of the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, a Lockheed Martin Program Director for Advanced Systems at “Skunk Works”, and a former deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.

Keen describes meeting Elizondo a week after he resigned from the Pentagon to work for the academy, saying, “In short, less that two weeks after leaving the Pentagon, Luis Elizondo confirmed that UFOs are a real; they exist, and they have been officially documented. Can anyone argue with this fact now, given where this man comes from and what he knows?”

The great thing about the initiative is that it focuses on bringing these technologies to light and creating awareness on how they can be used to push humanity forward. Although technology is not the answer to all our problems, but rather the consciousness behind the technology and how we use it, UFOs do present a number of questions, with propulsion systems being one of them.

They’re certainly not stopping at the gas station for a fill-up.

“There is another way, whether it’s wormholes, or warping space, there’s got to be a way to generate energy so that you can pull it out of the vacuum, and the fact that they’re [extraterrestrials] here shows us that they found a way.” – Jack Kasher, Ph.D, Professor Emeritus of Physics, University of Nebraska

The To The Stars team says they have been “operating under the shadows of top-secrecy for decades” and believes that “there is sufficient credible evidence of UAP that proves exotic technologies exist that could revolutionize the human experience.”
