Multiple Investigations Reveal Secrets About Where US Tax Dollars Are Really Going

by Arjun Walia                   April 19, 2019                  (collective-evolution.com)

• The US government takes in an astronomical amount of money in taxes, and they’ve convince the American public that there really is no other way of doing things. What the government is hiding is that trillions upon trillions of our tax dollars are actually going towards projects that the public has absolutely no idea about, known as ‘black budget programs’.

• Black budget programs include Special Access Programs (SAPs). Within these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.” The Washington Post revealed that the “black-budget” documents indicate that a staggering 52.6 billion dollars was set aside for operations in fiscal year 2013.

• A 2010 investigation by Washington Post journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin concluded that America’s classified world has: “Become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work.”

• The most recent investigation was conducted by economist and Michigan State professor Mark Skidmore, alongside some of his graduate students as well as Catherine Austin Fitts, former assistant secretary of Housing and Urban Development. They discovered trillions of unaccounted for dollars missing from the Department of Housing & Urban Development as well as the Department of Defense. Much of the time they received no response from government agencies, and the Office of the Inspector General even disabled links to all key documents that revealed unsupported spending. Said Skidmore, “Given the Army’s $122 billion budget, that meant unsupported adjustments were 54 times spending authorized by Congress. Typically, such adjustments in public budgets are only a small fraction of authorized spending… Skidmore thought Fitts had made a mistake. “Maybe she meant $6.5 billion and not $6.5 trillion,” he said. “So I found the report myself and sure enough it was $6.5 trillion.” The Michigan State study found documents indicating a total of $20 trillion worth of undocumented adjustments made from 1998 to 2015.

• Our tax dollars are going directly into these black budget programs, which often cost far more than our roads and services. Says Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Minister of National Defence: “It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects which both congress and the commander in chief know nothing about.”

• Fitts has been quite outspoken about a secret space program and where this missing money is actually going. She explains how enormous amounts of resources were handed over to covert operations to create the CIA, a security system of finance, and a select group of people in charge of UFO technology. Said Fitts, “By the time JFK came into office ready to challenge this shadow government and make space program the centerpiece of his administration, the civil war between the Deep State and the public state was in full force.”

It’s amazing how much money is scraped off of each pay cheque, and how much money multiple small and big businesses pay. We are told that it’s necessary, that this is the money going towards various programs that are responsible for building our schools, employing people for necessary services and infrastructure, among many other things. It’s truly amazing how much money governments rake in from taxes.

It’s an astronomical amount that makes it hard to see how all of the money is allocated to services that are in the people’s favor, instead of the possibility of it going into the pockets of certain politicians and elitists, among other places. Yet we are heavily taxed, and reasons for taxation are constantly brought up and justified, almost as if to imply that there really is no other way of changing things and doing things differently here on planet Earth. Our potential is huge, yet we are convinced that money and taxation are our only ways to operate.

Sure, some of our taxes are going toward various needs and services we deem necessary, but how much off of our pay cheques is really required for this? Judging by the amount of money that has been poured into black budget programs, it doesn’t seem like much is needed at all, and this is because trillions upon trillions of our tax dollars are actually going towards projects that the public has absolutely no idea about.

These projects are known as ‘black budget programs,’ which include Special Access Programs (SAPs). Within these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”

Not many people have investigated the black budget world, but The Washington Post revealed that the “black-budget” documents indicate that a staggering 52.6 billion dollars was set aside for operations in fiscal year 2013. More recent investigations, however, reveal a lot more than that. The topic was discussed in 2010 by Washington Post journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin. Their investigation lasted approximately two years and concluded that America’s classified world has: “Become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work.”

Austin Mayor Steve Adler: “We Are Putting Queso On The Moon”

February 22, 2019                    (prweb.com)

• Austen, Texas Mayor Steve Adler is one of a number of ‘celebrities, influencers, and dignitaries’ who has contributed a letter to the Arch Mission Foundation’s Lunar Library on the Moon. The letters are meant to be for extraterrestrials and future citizens of the solar system. They were placed on board the SpaceX Falcon rocket that launched out of Cape Canaveral, Florida on February 21st, and is scheduled to arrive at the Moon on April 11th. The SpaceX Falcon is carrying a moon lander from commercial space exploration outfit SpaceIL, which in turn is carrying the Lunar Library from the Arch Mission Foundation. It will touch down on the Moon’s surface and remain as part of the Arch Mission Foundation’s “Billion Year Archive” Lunar Library, permanently.

• The Arch Mission Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 by Nova Spivack and Nick Slavin, whose goal is to create multiple redundant repositories of the totality of human knowledge around the Solar System, including on Earth. The Lunar Library archive is comprised of millions of documents laser etched in microscopic analog form on a radiation-proof nickel Nanofiche™ disk.

• Mayor Adler sent a letter, on his official letterhead, dated August 17, 2018 welcoming Martians with a list of tongue-in-cheek reasons why they should visit Austin, and mentioning that Austin already has its own “extraterrestrial”, Albert “Leslie” Cochran, a popular homeless peace activist in the Texas Capitol. (see letter here)   On a more serious note, Adler notes that, “we are less proud [that] the world has not sufficiently responded to the dire threat of climate change and environmental injustice… the downtrodden, [and] failing to recognize that each human being… is alive with the same fire that lights the stars at night.”

• The Mayor’s letter also includes a copy of the original, authentic, and never-before-published Kerbey Queso (cheese dip) recipe from Kerbey Lane Cafe. “… and maybe someday chips as well, not because these things are easy, but because they are hard,” said Mayor Adler (with a nod to JFK’s 1962 speech in Houston).

• In addition to Mayor Adler’s letter on this trip is a copy of the English language Wikipedia, 25,000 books and collections from Project Gutenberg and the Internet Archive, and the Long Now Foundation Rosetta and PanLex datasets, with a linguistic key to 5000 languages with 1.5 billion cross-language translations.

Mayor Steve Adler today revealed the contents of an official letter to extraterrestrials and future citizens of the solar system that will be placed on the moon approximately 40 days from today, mid-April. The letter was aboard the SpaceX Falcon rocket that launched out of Cape Canaveral, Florida last night.

             Mayor Steve Adler

“Yes, the real moon.” said Mayor Adler.

The Falcon is carrying a moon lander from commercial space exploration outfit SpaceIL, which in turn is carrying the Lunar Library from the Arch Mission Foundation. The physical archive is comprised of millions of documents laser etched in microscopic analog form on a radiation-proof nickel Nanofiche™ disk. It will be placed on the moon permanently.

Space IL’s moon lander will circle the moon in gradually descending orbit in order to facilitate a soft landing. The first and nominal landing opportunity will happen on April 11.

The Arch Mission Foundation’s goal is to archive all human knowledge permanently in space. The Foundation provided this opportunity to Austin’s Mayor. Also included in the Billion Year Archive are:
• A full copy of the English language Wikipedia
• 25,000 books and other resources, including collections from Project Gutenberg and the Internet Archive
• The Long Now Foundation Rosetta and PanLex datasets, which provide a linguistic key to 5000 languages with 1.5 billion cross-language translations.

As part of their program, the Arch Mission invited a limited number of celebrities, influencers, and dignitaries to make a contribution to the Lunar Library.

Mayor Adler’s letter includes a copy of the original, authentic, and never-before-published Kerbey Queso recipe from Kerbey Lane Cafe.

“We choose to send queso to the Moon – and maybe someday chips as well, not because these things are easy, but because they are hard,” said Mayor Adler. “The challenge to eat queso in zero gravity is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one we intend to win, among other key challenges, like next time remembering the chips.”

The JFK Files: Two Very Strange Phone Calls Occurred the Day of JFK’s Assassination

by Micah Hanks          October 30, 2017          (mysteriousuniverse.org)

• Among the newly released J.F.Kennedy files at the National Archives website are two incidents of peculiar telephone calls made on the day of the assassination. Neither of these incidents were reported to the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1978.

• CIA agent James Angleton wrote a memo to FBI Director J.Edgar Hoover relating how a senior reporter at the Cambridge News in England received an anonymous telephone call telling him to call the American Embassy in London “for some big news” – 25 minutes before the assassination took place in Dallas.

• A British provocateur by the name of Eddowes claimed that the caller was a Soviet agent who was told by Lee Harvey Oswald that he was going to kill the president, in an attempt to falsely cast the assassination as a conspiracy.

• Then there was the phone call that Oswald made to a former U.S. Army counterintelligence agent in Raleigh, NC named John Hurt on the day he was arrested. Oswald had the Dallas police make the call for him, but there was no answer.

[Editor’s Note]  In the first instance, the more likely explanation is that Angleton, who was the CIA’s Counterintelligence Chief, tried to cover up their mistake by blaming the all-purpose scapegoat, the Soviet Union, of collusion with the killer, Oswald, and branding any conspiracy theory as Soviet propaganda. In the second instance, how would Oswald even know an Army counterintelligence agent unless Oswald was also a government intelligence insider?

For the last few days, journalists and researchers around the world have been pouring over the files recently released at the website of the National Archives in Washington, which relate new details about the JFK assassination. Long kept from public view, these files–as many had hoped–do appear to offer some new details about one of the darkest days in American history.

Among these details, many had hoped that further information about a strange phone call made by Kennedy’s assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, would emerge. Instead, new details about an entirely separate call halfway across the world, which seemingly tipped off one news service about some “big news” that was about to occur in the United States… 25 minutes before Kennedy’s assassination.

The call, according to one of the newly released documents at the National Archives, was received by a senior reporter at the East Anglia-based Cambridge News. It occurred at approximately 6:05 PM on November 22, 1963, London time, just 25 minutes before Kennedy was shot at the Dallas Motorcade in Texas.

According to the memorandum, penned by James Angleton of the CIA to then FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, “The caller said only that the Cambridge News reporter should call the American Embassy in London for some big news and then hung up.”

No further information was given which might indicate the identity of the caller in question, despite the chilling accuracy of the warning that was issued. Thus, it raises questions about who might have known about Oswald’s plans in advance of the assassination, and to what degree they might have been involved.

“The important point is that the call was made,” Angleton wrote, “according to the MI-5 calculations, about 25 minutes before the President was shot. The Cambridge reported never received a call of this kind before and MI-5 state that he is known to them as a sound and loyal person with no security record.”

Angleton Memo

The memo goes on to say that, “MI-5 noted that similar anonymous phone calls of a strangely coincidental nature have been reviewed by persons in the U.K. over the past year, particularly in connection with the case of Dr. Ward,” presumably in reference to osteopath Stephen Ward, one of the central figures in a British scandal occurring at the time known as the Profumo affair.

The late Michael Eddowes, a lawyer who investigated circumstances surrounding the assassination, became convinced that the secret informant that called Cambridge News had likely been Albert Osborne, a British-born Soviet agent. His reason for calling, Eddowes surmised, had been due to the fact that, “the Soviet Union was eager that the assassination should be seen as a conspiracy.” Eddowes also believed that Osborne may have befriended Lee Harvey Oswald, hence learning details of his plan to assassinate Kennedy.

This was not the only strange phone call that occurred on the day that Kennedy was assassinated. In fact, one of the strangest “loose threads” relating to the affair involves a phone call made by Lee Harvey Oswald that evening, while in custody and under supervision of law enforcement.

According to the Raleigh News and Observer, “In August 1977, the House Select Committee on Assassinations, created to do a new investigation, received information that Oswald allegedly tried to place a call from jail to a man named John Hurt in Raleigh, according to an internal report written by Surell Brady, a senior staff counsel to the committee.”

                   Dallas Police Call Slip

When Oswald was allowed to make the call, two police officers were present in the room with him. Additionally, a call slip was produced as a record of the call, a copy of which had been kept by Alveeta Treon, the switchboard operator who had been working that night at Dallas City Hall.
