Britain’s Director of Public Prosecutation (DPP) announced today that Gary McKinnon will not face prosecution in the United Kingdom for hacking into the computer systems of NASA, the Pentagon and other government agencies in search of information on UFOs. Keir Starmer QC (DPP) decided that the chances of a succesful prosecution “are not high.” McKinnon claimed to have found photographs, film, and other evidence of alien spacecraft secretly held by various U.S. government agencies. Starmer’s decision follows an earlier decision by British Home Secretary Theresa Mayin October 2012 to block the US extradition efforts. While the US extradition order is still valid and could be activated in other countries if McKinnnon travelled abroad, Starmer’s decision ends McKinnon’s decade long legal nightmare in Britain. McKinnon can now safely reveal anything further that he learned of secret US government knowledge of UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
The potential difficulties in bringing a case in England and Wales now should not be underestimated, not least the passage of time, the logistics of transferring sensitive evidence prepared for a court in the US to London for trial, the participation of US government witnesses in the trial and the need fully to comply with the duties of disclosure imposed on the CPS. The prospects of a conviction against Mr McKinnon which reflects the full extent of his alleged criminality are not high.
McKinnon first hacked into NASA’s Johnson Space Center and said:
… he found a high definition picture of a large cigar shaped object over the northern hemisphere. He said that he was so shocked by the picture that he didn’t think to immediately save it. He also said that the file size was so large that is was difficult to view it on his computer. Eventually his connection was lost, and so was the picture.
When McKinnon later hacked into classified files of U.S. Space Command (incorporated into Strategic Command on October 1, 2002 soon after McKinnon was caught), he discovered a number of naval terms such as “fleet-to-fleet transfers” concerning non-terrestrial officers. He said:
I found a list of officers’ names … under the heading ‘Non-Terrestrial Officers’. It doesn’t mean little green men. What I think it means is not Earth-based. I found a list of ‘fleet-to-fleet transfers’, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t US Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet.
McKinnon’s startling discovery cast light on what had been earlier revealed by no less than a former President of the United States: Ronald Reagan. In President Reagan’s Diary, the entry for Tuesday, June 11, 1985 (page 334) reads:
Lunch with 5 top space scientist. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people.
Reagan’s comment was revealing since the recently retired Space Shuttle held a maximum of eight people and only five were built for space flight. Even if all five took off fully loaded it would be impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Was Reagan revealing the existence of a highly classified space program that could accommodate hundreds of astronauts in orbit? Apparently so, according to dozens of military and corporate whistleblowers. Hidden within one of the nine unified combatant commands of the U.S. military, as McKinnon later discovered, appeared to be a highly classified fleet of aircraft carrier sized ships that operate in outer space.
Now that McKinnon no longer faces the threat of extradition and will not be prosecuted by British authorities, he may be able to reveal more about what he learned from sensitive U.S. military and government computer files about UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
On Friday, December 7, the current Russian Prime Minister and former President, Dmitry Medvedev, made some startling off-air comments to reporters while his microphone was still switched on. He was asked whether the President is given any secret files on extraterrestrials while in office. In his responses, Medvedev not only confided that extraterrestrials are visiting the Earth, but that some are actually living among us. He went even further to say that the Hollywood comedy, Men in Black, depicting a secret government agency monitoring extraterrestrials on Earth, has a factual basis to it. While the comments appear to be playful responses to a reporter’s off-beat question, they raise questions over exactly how much truth was being revealed by Medvedev. Given that Medvedev’s responses were said off-air, without him realizing that his microphone was still recording, they at face value give credence to claims that extraterrestrials are not only visiting our world, but are even living among us.
After completing an on-air interview with five television reporters, Prime Minister Medvedev continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without realizing that the microphone was still on. His off-air comments were more frank about his real feelings on recent political developments in Russia where authorities were reigning in civil liberties. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,†Medvedev responded:
Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic,
Medvedev’s comments are not the first time a prominent Russian official has spoken out about extraterrestrial life while giving television interviews. In an extraordinary television interview aired in May 2010, the Governor of the Russian Republic of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov who was also President of the World Chess Federation, claimed that in 1997 he was taken from his penthouse apartment on board an extraterrestrial vehicle. Ilyumzhinov claimed that the extraterrestrials he met were humanoid and gave him a tour of their ship, and even took him to another world.
There has long been claims that not only have extraterrestrials been visiting our world, but have actually lived among us. A well documented case in Italy called Amicizia (Friendship) revealed that more than 100 individuals, including senior public officials, had met with a group of extraterrestrials with bases in the Italian peninsula and the Adriatic Sea over a 22 year period from 1956 to 1978. Significantly, these extraterrestrials were secretly monitored by NATO authorities who did not interfere with private citizens meeting with and providing supplies to the extraterrestrials. The Friendship case, if genuine, suggests that something like the official agency created to monitor extraterrestrials on earth depicted in the Men In Black movies, is based in fact. Certainly, Prime Minister Medvedev appears to think that such a “secret special service†exists.
While it can be claimed that Medvedev was giving a playful response to an off-beat reporter question, the full context of his off-air remarks suggest he was being candid on a range of topics, including extraterrestrial life. Plausible deniability certainly comes to mind when trying to analyze Medvedev’s frank off-air comments. This raises the intriguing possibility that Medvedev’s comments were orchestrated with prior approval to reveal facts to the Russian public that authorities are not yet able to officially announce to the world – extraterrestrials live among us.
It’s official – the US Air Force had a plan to nuke the moon. According to a declassified report obtained by CNN in a story that aired on November 28, the Air Force plan involved sending a nuclear missile that would detonate on impact with the lunar surface. The aim was apparently to respond to Soviet success in launching Sputnik I, and showing that the US had a capacity to send rockets to, and eventually from the moon. The project was titled “A Study of Lunar Research Flights†(aka “Project A-119â€) and was planned in 1958. According to the declassified report, the plan was never implemented, and was abandoned one year later due to concerns over the effect of nuclear radiation on the moon, and a public backlash. According to one senior US Air Force officer, however, not only was an attempt made to detonate a nuclear bomb on the moon decades later, but there was an external intervention to destroy the missile.
CNN was able to track down and interview the physicist who led Project A-119. Leonard Reiffel told CNN:
People were worried very much by (first human in space Soviet cosmonaut Yuri) Gagarin and Sputnik and the very great accomplishments of the Soviet Union in those days, and in comparison, the United States was feared to be looking puny. So this was a concept to sort of reassure people that the United States could maintain a mutually-assured deterrence, and therefore avoid any huge conflagration on the Earth,”
“The basic plan,†according to Reiffel, “was for an intercontinental ballistic missile to be launched from an undisclosed location, travel some 240,000 miles to the moon, and detonate on impact.†Information from the impact, according to Report, would yield information “concerning the capability of nuclear weapons for space warfare.†Reiffel explained:
The thinking … was that if the Soviets hit the United States with nuclear weapons first and wiped out the U.S. ability to strike back, the U.S. could launch warheads from the moon.
Reiffel claims that Project A-119 was quickly abandoned because:
We didn’t want to clutter up the natural radioactivities of the moon with additional bits of radioactivity from the Earth,.. Project planners also weren’t sure of the reliability of the weapons, and feared the public backlash in the U.S. would be significant.
So if Reiffel and the 1959 report is accurate, then the plan to nuke the moon was never attempted. Or was it? According to a retired USAF Colonel, not only was an attempt made to nuke the moon, but there was UFO intervention to destroy the missile soon after its launch.
Colonel Ross Dedrickson explained his background in nuclear weapons security in an interview with Dr Steven Greer of the Disclosure Project:
I was a staff officer for the military liaison committee between the chairman of the AEC [Atomic Energy Commission] and the Secretary of Defense…. During that period of time [early 1950s] one of my functions was to accompany a security team which visited all of the nuclear facilities to check on the security of weapons…. I was assigned to the Unified Command under Admiral Felt during the ‘60s. I was the officer in charge of the Alternate command post involved with nuclear weapons operation planning. During that period of time, I maintained contacts with NORAD, with the SAC operations, and was involved with operational plans for the use of nuclear weapons.
I finally retired from the Air Force and joined the Boeing Company where I was assigned to the Minute Man program where I was responsible for the accounting of all the nuclear fleet, the Minute Man One, Two, and Three. And during that period of time, I also learned about incidents involving nuclear weapons. And among these incidents were those where a couple of nuclear weapons that were sent into space were destroyed …
Dedrickson claims that one of these nuclear weapons fired into space was aimed at the moon:
It was my understanding that in either the very end of the ‘70s or the early ‘80s that we attempted to put a nuclear weapon on the Moon and explode it for scientific measurements and other things…
Who was it that destroyed the nuclear missile aimed at the moon, and interfered with other nuclear weapons tests by the USA? According to Dedrickson, the missiles were destroyed by UFOs that he believed were manned by an extraterrestrial intelligence. Dedrickson’s remarkable claims are backed by other retired USAF officials that state that US and Soviet nuclear missiles were regularly interfered with by UFOs since the dawn of the nuclear era.
In conclusion, we know that the USAF did officially conceive a plan in 1958 to launch and detonate a nuclear missile on the moon. Apparently, “Project A-119†was abandoned one year later. If Colonel Dedrickson is accurate, however, then Project A-119 was either resurrected decades later or a new project was conceived with a similar goal. The timing of the later project, in the late 1970s/early 1980s, suggests the nuclear missile attempt may have been related to circumstances surrounding the end of the Apollo lunar missions. According to some whistleblowers the USA was not “allowed†to return to the moon by an extraterrestrial intelligence based on the moon. It appears that there was indeed an attempt to send a nuclear missile to the moon by the USAF, and that it was destroyed by some external agency – UFOs and/or extraterrestrial intelligence – closely monitoring nuclear weapons testing on Earth, outer space and the moon.
Yesterday, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) took the extraordinary step of dampening speculation over comments made by one of the leaders of the Mars Curiosity Mission. Just before Thanksgiving, on November 20, John Grotzinger, principal investigator of the Surface At Mars instrument on the Curiosity Rover, was quoted on NPR radio that a discovery had been made that would be “one for the history books.â€Â Many scientific observers took that to mean that he was about to announce that Curiosity had discovered organic compounds on Mars – the building blocks of life. In an interview with US News, JPL spokesperson Veronica McGregor says that Grotinsky had been “misinterpretedâ€. She said that there were definitely nothing significant about organic compounds in the results to be announced at a scientific conference next weekbeing hosted by the American Geophysical Union in San Francisco. Rather than an earthshaking announcement, it appears that Grotzinger will be presenting much more mundane data and results about the Curiosity Mission – its working fine after a long flight from Earth! Did Grozinger simply overreach himself in commenting about the data and results from a soil analysis by the Curiosity Rover, or is he being muzzled by more senior NASA figures over what was exactly found on Mars?
Here is what McGregor said about Grotzinger interview on NPR radio that has created much media interest and internet speculation over the last week:
He was extremely excited and continues to be extremely excited that we had the first data coming back from our first sample and the machine is operating beautifully… This was the science team’s equivalent of the landing moment. It was a key moment after years of work.
McGregor is saying that Grotzinger was merely excited that the Mars SAM instrument was working fine after the long trip to Mars, and that it was sending back good data. That was the history making element that Grotzinger was referring to, according to McGregor:
I think there was a misinterpretation of what he said. This is a scientist who was so excited his instrument was sending back data … John was extremely excited about having the first data back from SAM…. It’s very interesting data and the scientists are chewing on this—he does believe this mission will be one for the history books. But knowing these rumors [of organic compounds on Mars] were floating out there and knowing we didn’t yet have the results, we wanted to let people know that they’re definitely not in these initial samples…
Yet in the NPR interview Grotzinger focused on the data itself as being history in the making, not the transmission of the data. This is what he actually said to the NPR interviewer:
We’re getting data from SAM as we sit here and speak, and the data looks really interesting. The science team is busily chewing away on it as it comes down…. This data is gonna be one for the history books. It’s looking really good.
What’s clear from Grotzinger’s own comments is that the data itself is “one for the history books,†not the Curiosity mission or the scientific process by which the data is being transmitted.
In claiming that Grotzinger’s comments were being misinterpreted and that he meant that it was the “missionâ€, not the “data†that was one for the history books, McGregor is being disingenuous. Did Grotzinger simply misspeak, setting off much speculation about the data results from one of the Mars Curiosity soil analysis experiments? Or is Grotzinger and his data being muzzled by NASA? One thing now appears certain. Nothing extraordinary will be announced at next week’s American Geophyiscal Union conference in San Francisco where Grotzinger will announce the results of a soil analysis by the SAM Rover instrument. Maybe there was nothing extraordinary to be announced all along; or, perhaps, NASA is muzzling something extraordinary that Curiosity has discovered on Mars.
I recently wrote an article directly referring to John Kettler’s claims of a UFO war in Antarctica and the Pacific Ocean where a coalition of US led naval forces are battling hostile extraterrestrials. In it, I stated my reservations over his extraordinary claims, but did acknowledge one historic incident in 1947 where there did appear to be a genuine battle between Admiral Byrd’s Operation Highjump, and a mysterious group of UFOs. While the lack of supporting evidence suggests Kettler’s claims are part of a psychological operation promoting a false flag event, the 1947 incident was something to seriously consider before reaching any final conclusion. I concluded my article by writing: “great vigilance is required on the part of those investigating claims of battles between a US led alliance of naval powers, and hostile extraterrestrials based in undersea bases in Antarctica and/or the Pacific Ocean.â€
The UFO War has taken quite a turn since the Reptoid attack which cost the U.S. a frigate and 250+ people making the ship’s complement. In  shootdown after shootdown in which survivors have been recovered, there have been NO Reptoids  found. What has been found has driven one person, so far, to kill himself and sent others off the deep end. NOT kidding! … They call them Blobs.
Who are the “Blobs†battling the US Navy and allies? Kettler gives this assessment:
“Blobs are intelligent, dexterous (observed deftly playing with a computer keyboard) and use technology highly advanced by our standards. Their antigravity craft, equally at home underwater or in the air, have no force fields, but whatever they’re made of, they’re very tough. Their engineering is superb. According to the Eloah, the Blobs have bases below fresh water, on the ocean bottom (pressure=5000 atmospheres at 30,000 foot depth) and underground. Blobs presently have no space travel capabilities, but they did in the past and are attempting to regain that capability.â€
What are the sources supporting Kettler’s extraordinary claims? According to Kettler, “the information here comes primarily from highly sensitive military, intelligence and scientific sources, supplemented by nonterrestrial ones. The government’s official policy is total and ongoing denial.”
No where else in his article does Kettler describe or attempt to substantiate his sources. I decided to respond directly to Kettler’s latest article by posting a comment critical of his use of anonymous sources to support claims of a dangerous new extraterrestrial enemy battling US led naval forces. Here is what I wrote:
You say: “The information here comes primarily from highly sensitive military, intelligence and scientific sources, supplemented by nonterrestrial ones.” There is a slippery slope when we use anonymous sources. When these sources take us down the negative ET route, then our BS meter needs to be refined accordingly. Why would anyone ONLY accept anonymous sources whose credibility, accuracy is not open to scrutiny by independent researchers? Dr Greer’s Disclosure Project set a high standard by making public whistleblower reports where the sources could be checked, scrutinized, etc. That guaranteed that we weren’t being spun a story or fed disinformation. That is the major problem with John Kettler’s recent claims of a UFO war. No way of confirming any of Kettler’s anonymous sources are legit, and not feeding him/us disinfo.
Kettler decided to respond at length. To see his full response, click here. I’ve extracted portions of his response to see whether they cast light on the legitimacy of his sources, and Kettler’s own credibility as a researcher exposing classified information dealing with extraterrestrial life.
In his response, Kettler began by giving details about his father’s background working for a military defense contractor, and then commented on his own professional experience working with both Rockwell and Hughes corporations for an eleven year period as stated in his bio. First, Kettler explained that he had received clearances for a Special Access Program:
At Rockwell, I worked on the B-1B, the Advanced Tactical Fighter, Advanced Close Air Support program and the crown jewel of Rockwell, the NASP, National Aerospace Plane, single stage to orbit, hydrogen powered craft which took off from and landed on runways. My work was handling the threats to the NDVs (NASP Derived Vehicles). This program was a SAP (Special Access Program) which addressed a family of military hypersonic vehicles covering Mach 4+-orbital. It had four levels of clearance, and I had all four.
This certainly would have given him knowledge with classified information pertaining to advanced aviation projects. He then went on to describe his highest level of clearance:
I’ve held TS clearance myself and was being cleared for TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) when I left Rockwell, my health in ruins, June 20, 1989…. In order to fool me, you’d have to be able to fake your way through an incredibly broad and diverse range of topics, and I can talk anything from hand grenades to deep space surveillance–for starters!
Kettler acknowledges that the highest security classification he attained while working at Rockwell and/or Hughes was Top Secret. So it is very strange indeed that he claims that he is able to vet people with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) on a range of topics related to extraterrestrial life and technology. There is a very large gap between clearances for SAPs/SCI dealing with advanced aerospace projects, and classified projects dealing with extraterrestrial life. More importantly, one needs to be able to demonstrate need-to-know to gain access to information/projects outside their direct area of work. One can get an idea of how this system operates by reading about the case of Admiral Thomas Wilson, then head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who was denied access to a UFO/extraterrestrial project in 1997. Put simply, Wilson was unable to demonstrate that he had a need-to-know to gain access, even though he had access to most other highly classified projects and SCI known to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
If a Navy Admiral and intelligence chief is denied clearance for a highly classified alien related project since he could not demonstrate need-to-know, what chance would there be for a civilian contractor with aerospace companies to have access to information on covert alien programs? More to the point, having only ever gained a Top Secret clearance, would Kettler be qualified to vet anyone with SCI/classified alien information, to learn if they are telling him the truth? No, certainly not, but he claims that he is able to do so. In fact, Kettler claims that he has regular communications with people with SCI clearances dealing with the alien issue. He writes:
At the levels from which I get my stories, the information seldom leaves the SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), in which no notes may be taken, no copies made, someone always has to be with you, and everything you see has to be signed for. At this stratospheric level, practically everything is carried in finely honed memories.
So Kettler claims that his sources have SCI clearance for alien related information, and have been secretly conveying this to him in clandestine communications. Relying on their memories of what they have witnessed, read or experienced, and Kettler’s own abilities to vet such information – while not having had direct access himself to such information – Kettler believes he is able to relay accurate information from his anonymous sources.
In conclusion, John Kettler is basically saying, “you need to trust me since I have the professional experience and skills to both ferret out the truth about alien related projects, and vet the sources relaying it. The truth is that hostile extraterrestrials are out there doing atrocious things, and the US Navy and its allies are heroically defending our way of life, and the world itself in an expanding war in the Pacific Ocean, and now in Antarctica.
Well sorry Mr Kettler, while there is no reason to doubt that your professional career exposed you to classified material on some advanced aerospace projects, this is a far cry from alien related projects that are deeply compartmentalized and hidden by strict need-to-know security procedures. According to whistleblowers who have chosen to come forward and reveal classified information about alien projects – for example, Philip Corso , Dan Sherman and Clifford Stone - such projects have far higher clearance levels than anything related to advanced military or civilian aerospace projects. Sherman in particular points out that alien related projects are embedded within more conventional classified projects with SCI/SAP clearance levels, and use the latter as a cover. Without having had direct access to SCI on alien projects, how could Kettler possibly vet people who claim to have had such access? There is no reason to doubt Kettler’s sincerity that he has been told some amazing stories about aliens, but until such sources come forward, then there is a very strong possibility that he is being used as a means of disseminating disinformation.
John Kettler’s claims of an undeclared UFO war, backed up entirely by anonymous sources represents a diminishing standard of research in the field of UFOs and exopolitics. While it is understandable that some sources choose to remain anonymous for reasons of personal security, it is dangerous to rely exclusively on such sources. This is especially the case when it comes to claims concerning hostile extraterrestrials given evidence that plans for a false flag alien event have been planned for several decades. Kettler’s refusal to reveal sources concerning hostile extraterrestrials battling US led naval forces may be entirely to protect these from exposure and harm. Alternatively, Kettler is being used as a willing dupe in spreading disinformation concerning hostile extraterrestrials by sources that have been tasked to manipulate him as part of a psychological warfare operation. Kettler’s reflexive response to my raising such a possibility suggests that it is more likely that he falls into the latter category of a disinformation asset, rather than a truth teller.

Perhaps the Mission Rahma Contact Experience Offers Snippets of What Might be Going On
By Giorgio Piacenza
Many interesting themes were covered in an interview made to Richard Hoagland by the dedicated, independent exopolitical research journalist Paola Leopizzi Harris (click here for list of interviews) go to: However, most people (and Richard seems to be one of them) still hold on to the notion that there’s an end to ‘THE’ (one and only) Long Count Mayan Calendar, an event expected to occur (if calculations are true and accurate as most scholars think they are) in Dec 21st 2012. This prompts me to the following commentary. Not long ago, another “long count†version (extending perhaps another 7000 years into the future) was found in Xultún, Guatemala, by a bona fide archeological team from Boston University led by William A. Saturno.
We have to know that when we speak of “December 21st 2012,†we refer to what was found in the Dresden Codex’s version of the Mayan Long Count but it is likely that other calendar lengths were devised and interpreted in different Mayan cities like as the XULTÚN finding suggests. This has to be taken into account in any serious reckoning of what may be going on and in any future concomitant research.
If the (however “advanced,†also warrior-like and quite bloody) Mayans were indeed advanced seers into aspects of nature more fundamental than those normally explored by modern science, one or more “longer counts†may have other such fundamental meanings not currently explored by UFO-New Age-Exopolitics receptive communities. I wonder what would have happened if news of the lengthier long count found in Xultún had reached the intellectual leaders (like Terence McKenna and John Major Jenkins) of those open-minded, alternative communities twenty years ago. Regardless, it might still be that those authors may at least be partially right and that the 2012 particular alignment: Including the Earth-Sun-Dark Rift-and (from an angle above the level of the plane of the galaxy) somewhere towards the Center of the Milky Way Galaxy (considered its center of rotation) may be quite important after all (even if the 1998 alignment is considered to have been astronomically more precise). However, I think that any normal physical forces (like gravity from the galaxy’s main black hole) or gamma and x-ray radiation are not likely to affect us because of their weakness due to (an approximate 26,000 light year) distance.
Again, we have to be clear that neither our planet nor our Sun will be going through the Galactic Plane (sometimes also called the “Galactic Equator†for convenience). We are currently located several degrees to the north or “above†this “Galactic Plane†and about 27 parsecs distant from it. As we are currently cycling up and away from this plane, it will take millions of years to pass once again through it. In fact what we should be talking about is of an approximate alignment with some important place in the actual center of the galaxy or somewhere in the vicinity of the center of the galaxy.
Not only is this alignment from an angle “above†but the same overall positioning (with moderate differences) occurs every 21st of December (with the Sun between the approximate center of the galaxy and the Earth). In fact the same alignment (but with the Earth opposite to the Sun in relation to it) occurs during June 20th. In both cases we experience a “SOLSTICE†which in Latin basically means “stationary Sun†since during those days there’s a moment in which the Sun seems to stop before reversing the horizontal component of its sunrise-sunset path across the sky. This moment in which the Sun STOPS was perhaps regarded by several ancient cultures as a special moment in which an important aspect of the sense of movement or “TIME†also “froze.†In a sense, it might also be considered a “moment out of time†and this will also be a factor to consider on December 21st, 2012.
In all these observations I think that we must consider that the “alignment†with the estimated rotational center of the Milky Way Galaxy on the December 21st, 2012 date will not be exact but off by about 6 degrees, 38 minutes.
We may also have to distinguish whether we expect any signal, radiation, force, information pulse or an anomaly to stem from the approximate rotational center of the galaxy, from where the great black hole near the galactic center looms or perhaps from the so-called “Great Central Sun of the Galaxy†which is recognized by some esoteric traditions following guidance from Alice Bailey’s neo theosophical tradition. In fact, I don’t discard the possibility that an alignment with a source of internally codifying information akin to the alleged (and apparently still undiscovered) “Great Central Sun of the Galaxy†might be where our Earth could align with in December 21st, 2012.
Regardless, the year 2012 might be different. Some contactee friends of mine (Ricardo Gonzalez from Perú and Luis Fernando Mostajo from Bolivia, friends whom I consider responsible, level-headed and genuine) seem to have been basically told that this year’s alignment signals the POINT OF NO RETURN TOWARD A GRADUAL BUT FUNDAMENTAL SHIFT. According to them, our “reality” may begin reconnecting with the time frequency of another and more original physical universe from which our known physical universe derives. I think that, if there’s any truth to any of this (something which I think is quite possible, even while trying not to fall into a fanatical, absolutist or “true believer” mindset) in any one particular interpretation of a contact experience), there might be a subquantum, re-codifying, information signal stemming from the center of the galaxy, a signal connecting with our sun, the Earth-Moon system and us non-locally. The work of Nicolai A. Kozyrev in “torsion physics,†of physicist Claude Swanson, PhD and his hypothetical sub-quantum “phitons†and that of Basil Hiley on David Bohm’s “Quantum Potential†being like an “active information potential†in “pre space†comes to mind. There may be geometric cycles in “pre-space†through which other forms of subtler physical energy-information patterns could flow. In fact, this “pre-space†may be more like a reciprocal “time-frequency domain†as proposed by Professor William A. Tiller, PhD or like what could be called (according to David Wilcock in The Source Field Investigations) a “reciprocal Time-Space†as proposed Dewey Larson’s “Reciprocal System Theory.†In my view, greater evidence for this complementary/reciprocal level of physical reality will accrue and scientists may also soon discover that this level constitutes a link with a non-physical, information-cohering Subtle-Mental Realm from which physical universes derive.
At any rate, there’s no need for a straightforward “end of the world” and there’s no clearly distinguishable “end of the world†Mayan prophecy as in the apocalyptic Christian sense which is culturally projected as a stable expectation by some people exploring alternative visions of reality. I also think most Mayans nowadays are not excessively worried about the “crucial date.†Many expectations of fast, radical shifts within UFO-ET receptive communities have normally ended up in disappointment, hiding failure “under the rug†and-or in re-directing the expectations. Books like When Prophecy Fails (by L. Festinger) and When Prophecy Never Fails (by D. Tumminia) illustrate some of this recurring situation. There either are social pressures for creating self-deceit and for holding on to a mythic story line structure (on which the sense of personal identity in an emotionally bound group depends) or, perhaps, the interactive nature of contact with different Time frequencies (and perhaps more intense) physical energies cannot be easily interpreted from our regular embodied experience in our particular Time frame and extra interpretive efforts must arise in the personal and the collective unconscious. Perhaps both factors are inextricably linked if contact with higher/subtler physical universes not directly (but perhaps subconsciously) correlated with our subjective experiences force us to experience a mismatch.
Nevertheless, according to both of my friend’s accounts (their contact experiences occurred in separate physical locations), this Dec 21, 2012 event might actually be the beginning of the end of a way to live in “Time†and-or to experience “Time.†How this may arise could be gradual but unexpected and it might include new scientific discoveries on the importance of underlying “coherent information†as the basis sustaining our universe. It might also include an increase interactive awareness with other realms and universes. I speculate like this because of being acquainted with the -by and large- emotionally calm and socially healthy participants in the Mission Rahma, predominantly Latin American contact groups supporting the more intense contact experiences of these and other friends since 1973-74. Such groups are probably part of a more effective interpretive support system promoting more level-headed and interpretively clearer contacts with beings whom –even if friendly and proven as thoroughly respectful over time- may be easily misunderstood because of primarily moving in other Time frequencies under differently cohering and –quite likely- more intense energies.
Interestingly, when in the 1970’s the interactive contact events were more intense and felt like “recent news†the various Mission Rahma contact-experiencing individuals and support groups also tended to interpret ET messages more dramatically and with a greater sense of urgency. Their counter balancing group support (along with well-established, culturally-cohesive patterns) was small and the charismatic leadership of the main contactees (mostly the Paz Wells brothers) was much more influential. Enthusiasm reigned and they also experienced a greater degree of radicalism as might be expected from other contact groups in similar situations. In this stage dominated by strong personalities manifesting “party lines†and followership many mistakes were committed. Nevertheless, intense (physical and otherwise) contact experiences were not (purposefully or otherwise) limited to the main group leaders and, in time, other important contactees came to the fore. In spite of the non-intellectual/non-skeptically analytical but, instead, rather idealistic nature of most (even if well-intended) participants throughout the years, other forms of decency and reasonableness apparently elicited through harmonizing group processes served to gradually hone or perfect interpretive skills and capacities with a tendency towards moderation. This may be why the contacts have (according to my participant-observer’s assessment) continued being evidential as much as life-enhancing (or health promoting), informing, mostly coherent and productive over the years and why the particular messages received pertaining to December 21st, 2012 may be worth considering.
There’s no doubt that these contacts will continue and that new information will be gradually forthcoming and added to a growing and maturing corpus. For instance, the somewhat naïve, over-idealized and exclusivist attitude of considering that abduction events were “not genuine ET contact events†was gradually outgrown. New contactees (in personal or group contacts) do regularly arise in this long-lasting, friendly experience which transcends the multifaceted but power-driven contact styles harbored in larger, more individualistic, impersonal, competitive and developed cultures functioning under rigid social systems geared to impose order. This contact information should be studied, compared and analyzed along with that also apparently given to other contactees that have shown evidence of objective and evidential physical contacts preferably within a support group which is integrally respected and –also preferably- which was also given ample opportunities to elicit their own verifying experiences.
While Mission Rahma’s received corpus of information (sometimes identical or complementary information was simultaneously received by separate individuals) may also suffer from an unknown degree of distortion and misinterpretation it certainly is a work in progress. In contrast with individualized contact experiences, with sporadic apparently unintended contacts and with many different kinds of abduction-related experiences, the predominantly cohesive, friendly, healthy, easygoing but hardworking and altruistically dedicated processes these contact groups undertook through the years could be taken as models for healthy contact procedures.

The outstanding researcher William Hamilton III also gives us an interesting perspective here.
The White House has once again launched “We the People,†an online platform designed to hear from the American public about their key issues. In the midst of a highly competitive election season, President Obama is once more reaching out to the public to show he cares about their issues. The White House website declares:“We the People provides a new way to petition the Obama Administration to take action on a range of important issues facing our country. We created We the People because we want to hear from you. If a petition gets enough support, White House staff will review it, ensure it’s sent to the appropriate policy experts, and issue an official response.â€Â Among the many petitions being launched, and hoping to pass the lofty 25,000 threshold, is one dealing with the famous Roswell UFO incident and the possibility that it was extraterrestrial in origin.
Steve Bassett from the Paradigm Research Group (PRG) has formally petitioned the Obama Administration to: “reinvestigate an alleged extraterrestrial vehicle crash near Roswell, NM in 1947 and an Air Force cover-up of the facts.†In support of his petition, which he titled, “Disclosure Petition V – Roswell,†Bassett cites a former astronaut, military officers and a retired CIA officer who all believe that something out of this world really did happen at Roswell:
Lt Col. Philip Corso (USA) “I came into possession of the Roswell File. This file contained field reports, medical autopsy reports and technological debris from the crash of an extraterrestrial vehicle.”
Capt. Edgar Mitchell (USAF/NASA) “Roswell was a real incident, and that indeed an alien craft did crash, and that material was recovered from that crash site.”
Chase Brandon (CIA) “It was a craft that clearly did not come from this planet.”
Lt. Col. Richard French (USAF) “There were actually two crashes at Roswell.”
Bassett even cites Gov. Bill Richardson to support his petition for a new investigation: “The mystery surrounding this crash has never been adequately explained – not by independent investigators, and not by the U.S. government.”
I contacted Steve Bassett and asked him a few questions about his current petition which is the fifth in a series of White House petitions launched by him
Q1. Why is this petition important?
Disclosure Petition V focuses on Roswell and is aimed to point back to the White House response to Disclosure Petition – I claiming there was no evidence for extraterrestrial engagement of the human race or for government suppression of any evidence for such.
The immediate effect of the White House “We the People” project was to permit the ET issue to be posted to the White House website for the first time. This was a milestone.  As it happened the first Disclosure petition received the necessary 5,000 signatures triggering a formal written response from the Obama administration – also a first.  It remained up on the White House website for two months.  The subsequent Disclosure petitions were posted for 30 days each.  This is not just any website, it is the Internet presence for the President of the United States, and since September 22, 2011 the ET issue has been addressed on that website with regularity.
I expect the “We the People” section to be closed after the election, regardless of the outcome. Until then, PRG will continue to post Disclosure petitions to the site.
Q2. What was the White House response to your earlier petitions on UFO disclosure? Do you expect a different response this time? Why?
There will be no White House response to Disclosure Petition V – Roswell as there is little chance it will acquire the necessary 25,000 signatures. The “We the People” project is fading out, largely due to actions by the White House. There is an upside as the number of posted petitions has shrunk to about 30 providing the Disclosure petitions more visibility.
Q3. What do you think will happen if you achieve the 25,000 threshold?
Under their own rules 25,000 signatures would generate a White House response. It would be quite interesting to see how the White House would maneuver around the statements of Col. Corso, Capt. Mitchell, Gov. Richardson, Agent Brandon and Col. French. Essentially, these men have called the U. S. Air Force a liar. Awkward. Such contradictions are rife throughout the truth embargo. However, as long as the public and the media are willing to live with these contradictions, the truth embargo will continue.
After the first successful petition, Phil Larson from the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy, officially responded:
The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye. However, that doesn’t mean the subject of life outside our planet isn’t being discussed or explored. In fact, there are a number of projects working toward the goal of understanding if life can or does exist off Earth.
Larson went on to discuss the Search for Extraterrestrial Life Initiative (SETI); the Kepler Space Telescope seeking Earth-like exoplanets; and the Mars Science Laboratory, as examples of government projects focused on possible extraterrestrial life.
If “Disclosure Petition V – Roswell†does reach the 25,000 threshold it would be helpful to know if Mr Larson or the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy could give a different response this time. The official Obama Presidential Campaign slogan is Forward – it would be good if we could move forward on a genuine investigation of the Roswell UFO Crash and possible cover up of extraterrestrial life.
By Paola Leopizzi Harris Journalist / Researcher UFO/ Exopolitics
In 2008 when asked by CNN’s Larry King on his TV show “Tell us what will happen if Obama wins?†the American entertainer Chis Rock responded, “I’m sure he will check to see if there are UFOs. That is what I would do. Where are the UFOs at?â€Chris Rock is an American comedian, actor, screenwriter, television producer, film producer and director. He was voted by Comedy Central as the fifth greatest stand-up comedian of all time. He represents one of a many entertainers who believe in UFOS and is speaking freely about it this year.
As a researcher of thirty years, I have never seen such interest in the UFO phenomena as I have seen this year on the part of Hollywood and the movie industry as well as rock stars. Four years ago I wrote a course for Dr. Michael Salla’s Exopolitics Institute called “Hollywood and Disclosure. The film Industry from those vintage to the modern films like “Prometheus†have a contradictory message to disseminate. This course examines film clips and celebrity statements in order to see how Hollywood handles this controversial material. It is surprising how Disney studios to Star Wars/ Lucus/ Spielberg conglomerate deliver powerful messages that although seen as science fiction are really delivering truth. To listen to a free lecture click here. A special early bird price of $100 off is provided for those who register early. Check on the Exopolitics Institute Website.
These people think UFOs are real. It seems that they have “ carried the ball down the court†more effectively in the disclosure movement than any of the veteran researchers have. They get instant media attention. They have more credibility. And like Nina Hagen from Germany, they are able to produce expensive television specials that reach millions of people in an instant. Most UFO documentaries produced up until now were considered “fringe entertainmentâ€, science fiction or second-rate movies.
It was not until last February 2008, when Robbie Williams from the rock group “Take That†walked into the International UFO congress in Laughlin Nevada, that I became astonished how people reacted to the celebrity presence. So Robbie Williams believes in Aliens, so does Keanu Reeves. During the BFI 52nd London Film Festival at the Odeon West End on October 21, 2008 in London, England, Reeves said, “I’m sure there is life on other planets. It’s crazy to think extraterrestrials don’t exist. The actor stars in forthcoming sci-fi movie The Day TheEarth Stood Still, and the filming experience left him wondering about alien beings. Reeves said, “I’ve met people who have seen UFOs but I don’t know anyone who has been abducted. How could there not be life on other planets? The universe is so vast.â€
Well, Nina Hagen says she has been abducted in Los Angeles when she was very young. She did not consider it a very positive experience. I was surprised to see her and an entire German film crew outside of Roswell in the Hanger 84, originally known as Hanger p-3 where the alien bodies were stored. They had come to film the people during the Roswell Festival in 2008. She sought the advice of hypnotherapist researcher Yvonne Smith  Her book is called Chosen. YvonneSmith was lecturing at the famous UFO museum in Roswell.
Robbie Williams, Nina Hagen, Chris Rock and later actress Shirley MacLaine in her book Aging While Saging spoke about UFOs, Colonel Philip Corso’s back-engineering testimony, and most detrimental of all, presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich’s close-up UFO sighting near Shirley’s house in New Mexico. This helped end Kucinich’s political career. In an interview with Matt Lauer co-anchor of NBC News’ Today Show, MacLaine spoke quite honestly about her views on the government cover-up. She received incredible publicity. Most of the cast of this NBC network show later admitted on screen that they believed that UFOs were real. Only Shirley MacLaine can do that.
But they can also sing about UFOs, or at least Exopolitics. The British Rock Group Muse has produced a song called Exopolitics that is getting a great deal of play. For those who still need a working definition of Exopolitics: It is a study dealing with the extraterrestrial presence on Earth and its sociological, as well as political, implications for humanity.
Elvis and John Lennon Knew
Author Richard Daniel, on the 30-year death Anniversary of Elvis’ death, wrote, “We pause to take stock in the King’s abiding interest in UFOs. Because even if you’re a hardcore Presleyphile, you probably didn’t know Elvis was born beneath the light of a mysterious celestial object, in an eerie echo of the Star of Bethlehem. In the book†Alien Rock: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Extraterrestrial Connection†by New York author/promoter Michael C. Luckman, he talks about the numerous UFO encounters with Elvis, plus this claim that Elvis made to longtime friend Wanda June Hill: “I am not of this world.â€
According to Luckman, quite a few famous musicians have had UFO experiences.
Craggy-faced rocker Mick Jagger is said to have seen two UFOs in the course of his life. One, a cigar-shaped “mothership,†appeared in 1968 while he was camping in Glastonbury with then girlfriend Marianne Faithful
Most famous people, among them, John Lennon was aware of UFOS. Luckman speaks about Lennon in an article that he wrote about a mutual friend May Pang who was with John Lennon during a sighting in New York. He writes “In the summer of 1988, I had a conversation with May Pang. Larry Warren writes†John Lennon saw a UFO at his apartment in New York with his girlfriend May Pang. The object was cone-shaped, but flattened at the top, crowned with a steady red light, and featuring a row of smaller, pulsating white lights. It drew close to the amazed couple in their 17th floor apartment before passing on by. They managed to take some photographs of the object but all came out over-exposed.
Most notably, I saw the gold record presented to John Lennon for his introspective album “Walls and Bridges”, and it was this record that Lennon was recording when he had his amazing UFO sighting. Fourteen years had passed since the event, however, to May Pang, it was as if it had happened yesterday.
May Pang recalls that the apartment was hot that night, but by 8 O’ Clock the night air had cooled off enough for her to have turned off the air conditioning and opened the windows to get a breeze off the river. Just off the apartment’s living room was a part of the building’s roof that also acted as a private observation deck, with a great view of east New York. Access was only granted by climbing out of a window, which Lennon often did. The haze had now cleared over New York’s skyline. At about 8:30 p.m., May decided to take a shower, leaving Lennon alone in the living room reviewing mock-ups of his new record’s cover. What did surprise her was what he was pointing at. Just south of the building now was a brightly lit “classic” circular UFO, floating silently and less than 100 feet away from the couple. As John Lennon would later describe, “I wasn’t surprised to see the UFO really, as it looked just like the spaceships we’ve all seen on the cinema growing up, but then I realized this thing was real and so close, that I could almost touch it!†As they watched, the UFO moved silently away. May told me that the lighting on the thing left them awe-struck, as it would change its configuration with every rotation. The object made no sound. The main structure of the craft could also be clearly seen for the duration of the event, due to the last remnants of the still setting sun. May ran back into the apartment and grabbed a 35mm camera, and once back on the roof both she and John took numerous pictures of the craft. May remembers John’s arms outstretched as he yelled at the UFO to come back and take him away! “He was very serious and I believe he really wanted that thing to take him with it back to wherever it came from, but then that was John Lennon, always looking for the next big adventure”. Soon the object passed the United Nations building and slowly veered left, crossing over the East River, then over Brooklyn and soon the UFO simply blended in with the heavy commercial air traffic in southern Long Island. John Lennon and May Pang, were both shaken by the experience. John Lennon also felt that the craft he saw was part of a much larger fleet stationed just north of New York city, up in the area of the nuclear power plant at Indian Point.
Maybe Steven Spielberg will begin some move towards disclosure in Hollywood. In an Actor’s studio interview in the late nineties when a young girl asked him if he believed in aliens, he responded:
“ Yes! I do believe in Aliens.†Spielberg has made many films addressing this issue, both positive and negative. It all started with Close Encounters of The Third Kind.
Ironically, he is also quoted as having said :
“If NASA took the time to write me a 20-page letter, then I knew there must be something happening. When they read the [Close Encounters] script, they got very angry and felt that it was a film that would be dangerous.â€Â
– Steven Spielberg, Director, Close Encounters of the Third Kind
In the end, we are of Star Trek generation. There are millions of Trekies Internationally, in every country. They see some truth in this series. Maybe because its creator Gene Roddenberry “ built a bridge to tomorrow with the materials of today: curiosity, tolerance openness, intelligence, discipline, daydreams, a willingness to help, technology, love determination and courage. All those things exist within us. He said use them!â€
Did you know there an asteroid called 4659 Roddenberry and a crater on Mars that were named in his honor? Our celebrities count a great deal in this world.
So will President Obama step up to the plate as Chris Rock suggested? In the words of Gene Roddenberry:
I have a great fear that our human leaders will fail to understand that a world such as Star Trek is possible, that all the glorious things- not that Star Trek represents but the human being represents- will fall on deaf ears. That frightens me. There is always the chance that not enough humans will understand and appreciate themselves enough to make a great change in the human equation.

The discovery of exoplanets in the habitable regions of their suns, according to the world’s leading astrophysicists, makes the existence of extraterrestrial life an almost foregone conclusion. Astronomical observations of exoplanets has stimulated scientific conferences questioning, for the first time, the societal and political implications of intelligent life existing somewhere in the far reaches of space. Two conferences at the Royal Society in 2010, for example, brought together some of the worlds leading scientists to discuss issues such as which international organization would take the lead in representing humanity in contact– the United Nations? According to astrophysicists such as Stephen Hawking, extraterrestrials would most likely be predatory in nature and the best response to contact would be to equip the world’s military to defend humanity.
For others, convinced that extraterrestrials have been visiting humanity since the dawn of the nuclear age, scientists are late comers to the party. A host of whistleblowers, experiencers and government documents have revealed, according to UFO and “exopolitics†researchers that extraterrestrials are already here. Not only have extraterrestrials been silently watching us, but advanced technologies have been developed to monitor, intercept and even shoot down their spacecraft. All this has been done secretly for national security reasons if the evidence is to be believed.  So what would extraterrestrials be like? What would be their science, politics and spirituality?
There have been a few ad hoc attempts to answer such questions. As far as the astrophysics/astrobiological community is concerned, there have been conferences by the Royal Society and the Pontifical Academy of Sciences which tackled some of these questions. In a conference preceedings paper, the Royal Society’s Dr Martin Dominik and Prof John C. Zarnecki endorsed studying the societal aspects of any discovery of extraterrestrial life. They stressed the importance of determining the possible motivations of extraterrestrial life:
The detection and further study of extra-terrestrial life will fundamentally challenge our view of nature, including ourselves, and therefore the field of astrobiology can hardly be isolated from its societal context, including philosophical, ethical and theological perspectives. With the detection of extra-terrestrial life being technically feasible, one needs to address whether perceived societal benefits command us to search for it, or whether such an endeavor may rather turn out to be a threat to our own existence
An upcoming online course on astrobiology asks at the end of a five week program: “What are the possibilities for intelligent life elsewhere? How would we deal with contact with an extraterrestrial intelligence and what would be the impact on society? Who would represent Earth?â€
The best attempt to systematically address questions concerning the science of extraterrestrial civilizations has been undertaken by Professor Michio Kaku from Columbia University. Kaku has used a typology of hypothetical extraterrestrial civilizations based on energy consumption first developed by Soviet Astronomer, Nikoli Kardarshev in 1964. In the “The Physics of Extraterrestrial Civilizations” and “The Physics of Interstellar Travel,” Kaku offers insightful analyses of how energy consumption of extraterrestrial civilizations reveals much about their possible science, and spacefaring abilities.
Kaku’s and Kardashev’s analyses, predictably exclude the extensive but controversial body of evidence examined by UFO/expolitics researchers that extraterrestrials are visiting us now. This is understandable if not without criticism by those seriously investigating such evidence. The astrophysics/astrobiological community only accepts data that can be scientifically tested and replicated in a way that leaves no doubt as to its veracity and of any conclusions drawn. Evidence that extraterrestrials are currently visiting us cannot be so tested and replicated according to normal scientific protocols; since it is subject to controversy, missing key data, government denial, witness accuracy, etc. However, what if the excluded evidence could tell us something about the politics and spirituality of extraterrestrials that could be matched up with the best scientific speculations over their science? Wouldn’t it be worth examining such evidence even if it wasn’t conclusive? There have been attempts to do so.
A 2008 conference presentation by the author did examine evidence of extraterrestrial visitation using the typology first developed by Kardeshev and later used by Kaku. The conclusions are startling. One can get a rough idea of the science, politics and science of extraterrestrial civilizations. The implications are enormous. Once we understand the science, politics, and spirituality of extraterrestrial civilizations, we can make informed choices about how to best resolve global problems. Furthermore, we can transform the Earth using advanced extraterrestrial knowledge and technologies. The video of my 2008 conference presentation is available here or below for free viewing.
For those wanting to dive deeper into the available literature and evidence concerning extraterrestrial science, politics and spirituality, then I recommend the following online course (click here) which starts on September 10, and is offered through the Exopolitics Institute. The first lecture is free and open to the public (register here).
The discovery of exoplanets has already transformed the astrophysics and astrobiological communities with physical evidence that the Earth is not the only habitable planet in our galaxy. If life can “spontaneously†develop here, then it could do so anywhere – perhaps on one of the exoplanets already discovered. Over time, intelligent life would evolve and like humanity, develop a keen interest in visiting other worlds. Learning a little about what extraterrestrial science, politics and spirituality could be like is a wise move even for those still skeptical that intelligent alien life exists.
In the wider ‘alternative’ knowledge community -Â the channeling of apparently distinct, sentient entities by individuals that enter a slight trance-like state is often associated with attention seeking hoaxers or plainly deluded kooks. However – this non-local form of communication and contact has a few individuals who undoubtedly appear to have the ability to access novel information which often includes significant changes in personality and in some respects elicits a noticeably increased ability to conceptualise more complex spaces.
One famous channeler from recent decades in J Z knight who channels Ramtha and is generally accepted to be authentic but currently the growing attendances at events staged by Daryyl Anka and his ET other Bashar attest to this phenomena gaining more acceptance as a valid method of communication. Having watched Anka’s ability to flawlessly enter the mindset of this being improve over the years [obtain sessions from the late 90s and compare them to his vast array of current video public meetings to see what I mean] it’s obvious that whilst this is an ability that is for a selected few, it’s also one that builds in efficiency in some sort of feedback loop between channeler and non-local entity. Some would suggest that this practice is like anything you continued to perfect -Â ie: some form of deluded ego-trip. However -Â I challenge anyone skeptical of this previously fringe field to provide the light-speed intelligence and off-world humour of Bashar given double the years Daryyl Anka has been displaying this engaging talent.
Bashar is a cosmic prankster, Neuro-Linguistics master, galactic historian and a lot more all rolled into a few hours of intense sessions and Q&A follow-ups. It should also be noted that Daryyl Anka has been hooked up to E.E.G. devices and has demonstrated that different areas of the brain actually
light-up as the being is introduced into his relaxed ‘sleep’ state. In addition – Bashar claims that the large triangular craft sightings seen in the UK and Belgium in the 1990s as well as the hugely witnessed Phoenix Lights case of 1997 were all demonstrations of the ET presence and are in fact his civilisations ships. He even accurately predicted a second showing in the Phoenix region ahead of time in one channeling session.
Daryyl/Bashar spoke in 2006 at the Hawaii Exopolitics and World Transformation event and introduced the idea of a “Contact Act” – highlighting the point that the more we as a terrestrial species reflected our desire for contact with his and other races in our lives and public institutions, the more extraterrestrial groups were able to bring forward their own agenda of contact also. This is the basic premise of the First Directive – made popular by Star Trek etc – that developing cultures cannot be overtly influenced by higher groups of similar beings. Bashar also made the rare reference to a recently written book on the Disclosure issue authored by Richard Dolan and Bryce Zabel – After Disclosure.
Six years on – it is claimed that more overt communication is about to take place with dates even being suggested for two main stages of increased ‘open’ contact. As a precursor to this a new document has been released in a recent session by the Bashar Organisation. The document can be downloaded here in its original form and it is encouraged to distribute this to any persons in political, civilian or military structures worldwide.
UFO WITNESS DECLARATION
FACT: From 1982 to 1985, large triangular and boomerang-shaped UFOs were
reported over the Hudson Valley by over 7,000 credible witnesses, including
police and officials at the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant.
FACT: In 1989 and 1990, large triangular and rectangular unidentified flying
objects, one the size of an aircraft carrier, were reported over Belgium by over
2,000 witnesses, including police and military personnel.
FACT: In 1997, multiple sightings of a mile long boomerang-shaped UFO were
reported over the state of Arizona by over 10,000 witnesses, including police,
military personnel and Republican Governor Fife Symington.
We make no claims as to the nature or origin of these UFOs. However, those
who have taken the time and effort to conduct serious, in-depth investigations
into these reports know that these sightings are of real, physical crafts and are
indisputable FACTS. Thousands of such sightings of physical crafts of unknown
origin have been reported throughout the world for decades by credible
witnesses, yet most who report such sightings are treated with ridicule, disbelief,
scorn and even threats.
In light of the facts, we who have witnessed such unexplained crafts no
longer accept this cynical mindset as realistic or credible.
Those of us who are witnesses to the UFO phenomenon know they exist for a
fact. This is not an issue of speculation for such witnesses. However, we do not
insist that non-witnesses must believe such objects exist, only that witnesses be
treated with respect and that we deserve the same fairness and courtesy
afforded to any individual or group who honestly expresses their point of view
without fear of ridicule, punishment or persecution.
Recent polls clearly demonstrate that more than 50% of Americans believe that
UFOs are a real phenomenon that deserves legitimate recognition and serious
study by open-minded, qualified scientists, rather than being summarily
dismissed as misperceptions, fantasies, hoaxes or hallucinations by cynical,
unqualified debunkers. Over 36 million Americans have seen a UFO.
To put this statistic in political terms, these witnesses are also voters.
Therefore, we urge all who agree with the spirit of this declaration to send copies
of this letter to their representatives, public officials, the media, the police, the
military, airline officials, NASA and all candidates running for any public office to
assure them that our votes will go only to those who acknowledge the UFO
phenomenon as real and deserving of serious scientific investigation and who
publicly endorse fairness and respect toward any witness who reports a UFO.
Bashar’s recent presentation on the UFO Witness Declaration is available from the organisation’s website.
In this film Ed Komarek interviews Sgt. Clifford Stone who participated in UFO crash retrievals within a covert group in the military. Sgt. Stone describes how he was recruited into this secret group [without the knowledge of his superior officers] and “tells all†about his personal encounters with ETs since childhood and his ET encounters whilst in the military.
“I was involved in situations where we actually did recoveries of crashed saucers. There were bodies that were involved with some of these crashes. Also some of these were alive,” he said. “While we were doing this, we were telling the American public there was nothing to it. We were telling the world there was nothing to it,” Mr Stone added.
“You have individuals that look very much like you and myself, that could walk among us and you wouldn’t even notice the difference,” he said.
Stone claimed to have catalogued 57 different species of alien life forms.
The film has been animated to give viewers the best impressions possible of the events that Sgt. Stone experienced; totally outside of the mainstream worldview.
This important filmed interview coincides with the release of Ed Komarek’s new book “UFOs, Exopolitics and the New World Disorder†and Sgt. Clifford Stone’s new book, “Eyes Onlyâ€; both expand on Sgt Stone’s out of this world experiences.
The film [53minutes] had to undergo a format change and was edited and animated by Neil Gould, Exopolitics Hong Kong.
On 23 June, 2012, in an interview for the popular American radio show, Coast to Coast AM, the CIA’s former liaison to the entertainment industry, Charles ‘Chase’ Brandon made extraordinary claims about the so-called “Roswell incident,†in which the US military is widely believed to have retrieved extraterrestrial materials and bodies after a mysterious object crashed in the deserts of New Mexico.
Brandon declared:
“I also absolutely know as I sit here talking to you that there was a craft from beyond this world that crashed at Roswell, that the military picked up remains of not just the wreckage, but cadavers.â€
Most explosively, Brandon recounted an occasion when he saw direct proof of the alien nature of Roswell while conducting research at the CIA’s Historical Intelligence Collection (HIC) as part of his role as CIA Entertainment Liaison Officer (ELO). Brandon claimed he had the rare opportunity to look inside a box labelled “Roswell†containing “materials… papers… [and] other items†but stressed that he “cannot, will not, under any imaginable set of circumstances tell you what I saw in there specifically,†with the implication being that to reveal more specific details would be a breach of national security.
Based on what he claims to have seen in the box, Brandon stated unequivocally: “100 percent, guaranteed… Roswell happened. There was a craft, absolutely cadavers,†but added, “Beyond that, I have no idea where anything else went.â€
The “Roswell Incident†first came to public attention 65 years ago on 8 July, 1947, when the Roswell Army Air Force (RAAF) hastily announced to the press its “capture†of a downed “flying saucer†on an isolated ranch. A few hours later, the RAAF changed its story to the effect that what had been recovered, in fact, was a common weather balloon. The United States Air Force (USAF) was to change this story again in 1995 with the announcement that the “weather balloon†had been a Top Secret high-altitude spy balloon. This story was then officially re-written in 1997 to account for several apparently non-human bodies multiple eyewitnesses claimed were recovered from the crash. The bodies, the USAF equivocated, were human corpses, test dummies, or both.
To date, Brandon is the most senior CIA officer – former or serving – to have claimed direct knowledge of an extraterrestrial link to the Roswell incident. Brandon worked for the CIA for thirty-five years, twenty-five of which he spent in the Agency’s elite Clandestine Service as an undercover, covert operations officer. His foreign assignments involved international terrorism, counterinsurgency, global narcotics trafficking and weapons smuggling. He was also an Agency foreign political affairs analyst, Presidential briefer to Bill Clinton and an instructor in paramilitary and espionage tactics at secret CIA training camps. In 1996, Brandon began his ELO role in which he advised on numerous films and TV series – often uncredited – quietly shaping scripts, characters and concepts. In other words, he is an expert at working both the news and popular media. It fits, then, that Brandon was speaking in the context of a promotional interview for his new fictional UFO-themed book, The Cryptos Conundrum.
Judging from online chatter, the UFO community is wondering if Brandon’s Roswell comments may herald the much anticipated ‘Disclosure’ of alien reality. Brandon’s book passed through the Agency’s Publications Review Board (PRB), and his radio interview should, as standard procedure, have also been subject to prior approval by the PRB. If Brandon’s comments were subject to official approval, and if he was speaking the truth, then this might indicate that the CIA is using him to work what the Agency calls a ‘limited hangout,’ whereby previously hidden information is released to the public in order to prevent a greater exposure of more damaging details.
In this context, it is noteworthy that Brandon carefully absolved the CIA of any on-going complicity in an active cover-up of the Roswell incident. Brandon implied that all that now keeps this information from the public is 65 years’ worth of storage dust and the patchy institutional memory of the powers that be. As Brandon tells it, the Roswell incident is as dead as the alien cadavers he claims must be stored “somewhere.†Yes, Roswell was real and extraterrestrial, says Brandon, and yes, the evidence was “put in cold storage,†but today’s Agency should not be held accountable for the actions of a handful of panicked and perplexed Cold War-era agents who shuffled off their mortal coils decades ago and who took what little knowledge they had to their graves. And those Agency employees who do occasionally stumble across Roswell evidence today have no real understanding of what they’re looking at or what to do with it. In terms of a revelation about the existence of aliens, Brandon’s rendering is about as depoliticized as it gets.
Victor Marchetti, former special assistant to Deputy CIA Director Richard Helms, once said that the government uses limited hangouts “when their veil of secrecy is shredded and they can no longer rely on a phony cover story to misinform the public.†In such instances, said Marchetti, “they resort to admitting – sometimes even volunteering – some of the truth while still managing to withhold the key and damaging facts in the case. The public, however, is usually so intrigued by the new information that it never thinks to pursue the matter further.â€
Fittingly, in 1979, Marchetti himself raised eyebrows with his own public statements on the UFO issue. In an article for Second Look magazine, Marchetti wrote: “I do know that the CIA and the US government have been concerned over the UFO phenomenon for many years and that their attempts, both past and recent, to discount the significance of the phenomenon and to explain away the apparent lack of official interest in it have all the earmarks of a classic intelligence cover-up.†He added, “My theory is that we have, indeed, been contacted – perhaps even visited – by extraterrestrial beings, and that the U.S. Government, in collusion with other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.†However, Marchetti was merely voicing an opinion and does not claim to have seen proof of extraterrestrial contact with his own eyes, as Brandon does.
Not insignificantly, Brandon also claimed during his interview to have spoken to JFK’s coroner, who he says confirmed to him that the President had been shot from the front and was therefore most definitely the victim of a conspiracy. Of course, Brandon’s own personal ‘disclosures’ may prove an effective way to sell copies of his book, and also to whet appetites for his forthcoming sequel, The Hour Glass. This is certainly the more mainstream interpretation of what has transpired here. Still, such a deceitful and outlandish marketing strategy runs the risk of Brandon appearing to be, well, deceitful and outlandish. For a man currently employed as Senior Consultant to SpecTal, the intelligence division of defence giant BAE Systems, Brandon’s Roswell declarations are liable at least to raise difficult questions among colleagues. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that any costs result from Brandon’s statements, such as if they prompt someone to steal material from the HIC,he could at least be sued by the government.
A former high-level Reagan Administration official told us that “if†extraterrestrial material was in the possession of the US government, it would of course be classified, while another highly-respected ex-CIA Special Operations officer stressed to us that “All [CIA] employees sign a Secrecy Agreement. Violation of that agreement can bring severe repercussions.†When we made doubly clear to this CIA veteran that our enquiry related specifically to the UFO issue, he restated his position word-for-word, with the addendum “Have a nice day.â€Â In theory, the penalties include life in jail or even a death sentence.
As yet, however, Brandon has fallen artfully through the cracks in the national security system. Even though in practice the government is clearly sensitive about the UFO phenomenon (with reams of declassified documentation from every branch of the government revealing high-level concern about UFO incidents worldwide into the post-Cold War era), it has maintained since the closure of the USAF’s Project Blue Book in 1969 that UFOs are definitely not a national security concern. Furthermore, the very concept of ‘national security’ is more slippery than is often suggested by the image of square-jawed, be-suited men with guns. Former Chairman of the PRB, John Hollister Hedley, commented recently that even the CIA’s own definition of national security was not “hard and fast†or “absolute or constant.†Consequently, whether there is any truth to Brandon’s statements or not, Washington would be hard-pressed to prosecute, even if it had the will to do so.
We asked Chase Brandon to elaborate on and justify his Roswell comments. He has yet to reply.
We also sent the CIA a list of questions and requested a formal response to Brandon’s allegations. The Agency has assured us they are looking into our enquiry and will get back to us “quickly.†We are still waiting.

Regardless of the exact nature of the UFO phenomenon, it is a great shame for those of us interested in either UFOs or government propaganda that Chase Brandon’s statements have been unchallenged and, indeed, unreported outside of the UFO community and that the CIA itself has yet to respond to them, despite our enquiries. Brandon’s statements beg explanation for several reasons, not least because they indicate that the concerns of the powerful are very distant from those of ordinary citizens in a participatory democracy.
The popular Infowars.com website has today released another article debunking an upcoming BBC documentary examining alien invasion theories and the London Olympics. In his article, “The Aliens are Coming†Jurriaan Maessen argues that including information about extraterrestrial life in prospective false flag operations is an aspect of “predictive programming†whereby the alternative media is discredited by the mainstream media focusing on the “wildest†of “conspiracy theories.†Maessen was preceded by Paul Watson on June 30 who argued that introducing the “public toxic issues of UFOs and aliens†into research on false flag operations would ultimately discredit the 9/11 and 7/7 truth movements. By launching a preemptive strike against the upcoming BBC conspiracy theory special, Maessen and Watson hope to debunk claims of an alien invasion theory during the Olympics. A sensible position to take given the paucity of information that such an event could really occur. Yet, they and Infowars.com are effectively inflicting collateral damage on long standing research efforts to reveal an extensive international official cover-up of extraterrestrial life, and how this influences geopolitics – a relatively new international disciplinary approach called “exopolitics”. In effect, Infowars.com has declared war on the field of exopolitics entering into alternative media discourse on false flag events, in an effort to debunk an improbable alien invasion theory of the London Olympics.
Maessen sums up his argument against alien conspiracy theories as follows:
Recent attempts by mainstream media to discredit all “conspiracy theories†by focusing on the wildest among them, appears to be a deliberate effort on the part of the controlled media…. All the producers (and the executives who have final say in the editing room) have to do is a more or less wides sweep of the internet, have lunch, sift out the “alien connectionâ€, and then highlight those theories as “mainstream among the substream.†(O miraculous deception!).
Maessen’s point is pretty clear. There is little substance to conspiracy theories on a governmental cover up of extraterrestrial life – theories belonging to the burgeoning field of exopolitics. Echoing Paul Watson’s June 30 article focusing on an upcoming BBC documentary that examines rumors of an alien invasion during the London Olympics, Maessen continued: “The same principle applies to the countless theories floating around the web in regards to an expected cosmic event set to occur when the Olympic Games are in full swing.â€
The BBC is focusing its new documentary about “conspiracy theorists†around the premise that aliens will invade London during the Olympics. This entire meme is clearly being pushed by the establishment to discredit the truth movement.†Maessen agrees and argues: “the alien connection is being pushed by the establishment to divert attention away from the documented reality of false flag operations and to undermine those exposing them.
The implication here according to Infowars.com is that exopolitics research needs to be ghettoized and sifted out of the alternative media in order not to contaminate genuine research on 9/11 and 7/11 as false flag operations.
The position taken by Watson’s and Maessen’s boss at Infowars.com on the alien issue and false flag events, is more nuanced. According to Alex Jones’ take on the movie Prometheus, the global elite (Illuminati) not only believe in extraterrestrial life, but claim to be the direct descendents of ancient aliens that invaded and took over the Earth millennia ago. Jones argued in a video review of Prometheus that it was important to understand the Illuminati belief system in order to assess their global agenda. Jones was keen to point out that he did not share this belief, but this did not assuage critics who attacked Jones as selling out and becoming a “true believer†of the UFO issue. Jones has earlier gone on the public record to support claims that a false flag UFO invasion has been planned and is possible. Yet it appears that Jones is tacitly agreeing with Watson and Maessen that a UFO false flag event for the Olympics is a distraction, or in Maessen’s terms “predictive programmingâ€
In rejecting any link between the fields of exopolitics/UFO research and false flag operations, Maessen, Watson and Infowars.com more generally are committing a grave mistake. The literature on a government cover up on extraterrestrial life is extensive and compelling. Very recently, Chase Brandon, a former CIA clandestine officer and official media liaison confirmed publicly on air that he had witnessed files in the CIA’s historical archive that confirmed that UFO Roswell crash really happened:
I went into the side room and looked at all those boxes… I only had a chance to look at one – I pulled the one down that said ‘Roswell’ and I looked inside… there were materials, there were papers, there were other items…. I absolutely know… that there was a craft from beyond this world that crashed at Roswell, that the military picked up remains of not just the wreckage but cadavers and all of that was made public for a short while…
Brandon’s testimony may prove to be as compelling as that of Philip Corso (ret. Lt Col) who headed the Foreign Technology Desk at the US Army’s Research and Development Division who claimed that he was given a file of Roswell UFO artifacts to stimulate corporations in the development of a range of technologies, e.g., Fiber Optics, Lasers, Kevlar fabrics, etc.
In a 2006 article examining Alex Jones and others examining 9/11 as a false flag event, I pointed out:
9-11 authors fail to identify a number of key exopolitical factors behind false flag operations. These factors have to do with the political management system created for extraterrestrial affairs; the technology and knowledge about extraterrestrials that are located on the territory of different foreign governments; and with the ‘black budget’ needed to finance covert operations based on acquiring extraterrestrial technologies and information. Given the highly classified nature of extraterrestrial affairs, all these activities occur without any congressional or legislative oversight in the US and other major nations such as Britain, Russia and China.
I find it high unlikely that an alien invasion of London will take place during the Olympic games. Maessen and Watson, however, err greatly in claiming that efforts to combine research into false flag events and extraterrestrial life is part of an official effort to undermine the 9/11 and/or 7/7 truth movements. The fact that the BBC is examining alien invasion theories may rightly raise suspicions over the agenda of such programming, but in claiming that exopolitics/UFO research undermines the truth movement Watson and Maessen go too far. A more nuanced position is needed here – echoing some of the insights of their boss at Inforwars.com, Alex Jones on a UFO false flag event and global elite belief systems about extraterrestrial life. Declaring war on exopolitics research and its relevance for the 9/11 and 7/7 truth movement is not only wrong but it serves another agenda. The cover-up on extraterrestrial life and technology goes back more than sixty years and has created an enormous shadow over geopolitics and international finance. The cover-ups about 9/11 and 7/7 are relatively recent and have occurred under the shadow of a larger geopolitical agenda. Jones, Watson and Maessen have brought up some aspects of this agenda and deserve credit for that. They need, however, to go deeper. In attempting to debunk expolitcs/UFO research and dismiss it from alternative media investigations on 9/11 and 7/7; Watson, Maessen and Infowars.com have declared war on the wrong target.
The BBC is planning a documentary dealing with a variety of conspiracy theories including UFOs and aliens appearing at the upcoming London Olympics. According to Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars.com, the UFO alien invasion meme was being promoted in the upcoming BBC documentary to discredit the burgeoning 9/11 and 7/7 truth movements. There are other perspectives warning that officially sanctioned media events such as the BBC documentary act as triggers for false flag events to go forward. Both 9/11 and 7/7 are described as false flag events that were foreshadowed by television shows and mock terrorist simulations. So is the upcoming BBC documentary discussing a possible UFO alien appearance at the London Olympics part of a planned false flag alien invasion?
The BBC is focusing its new documentary about “conspiracy theorists†around the premise that aliens will invade London during the Olympics. This entire meme is clearly being pushed by the establishment to discredit the truth movement.
More specifically Watson claims that “real issues†involving false flag events on 911 and 7/7 were being “delegitimized†by being conflated with the “notoriously disinfo ridden, often public toxic issues of UFOs and aliens.†He proposed that the idea of aliens showing up at the Olympics in motherships to land and start an invasion was ridiculous. Watson thought that the alien invasion meme was being deliberately associated with the “truth movement†in an attempt to discredit the latter when the alleged invasion failed to materialize. A sensible position for Watson to take, yet Watson himself was warning in his video that a “massive cataclysmic event†was indeed being planned for the Olympics. Infowars and Prison Planet have run several stories about security lapses that would enable a false flag event to move forward. So is a false flag event being planned for the London Olympics, and does it involve an alien invasion?
A number of “Truth movement†researchers including Watson and Alex Jones argue that false flag events such as 911 and 7/7 were preceded by media events simulating the false flag events being planned. The idea is that these media events are coded messages that trigger people placed in various positions of authority to initiate the actions being depicted. If so, then the upcoming BBC documentary scheduled to appear shortly before the Olympic games may indeed be intended to foreshadow a false flag alien invasion.
There have been rumors of a fake alien invasion using holographic and other advanced technologies for well over a decade. Dr Steven Greer from the Disclosure Project has given repeated warnings of such an event based on numerous whistleblower testimonies. In 2002 he explained some of the rationale behind an alien false flag event:
For the military-industrial-laboratory-intelligence-corporate complex, there would be trillions of dollars in lucrative spending for Star Wars – now with a REAL enemy to fight! As they said in the movie Independence Day, “Lets kick alien butt…”
For schemers wishing to unite the world in militarism and control through fear (as opposed to our common humanity and peace…) what better way to attain this goal than to roll out serious UFO evidence and link it to a body of hoaxed faux-alien encounters contained within the abduction sub-culture? People are easily herded and controlled through fear, and can there be anything more scary than evil ‘aliens’ floating poor, innocent humans onto UFOs to torture and sexually abuse them? Right.
For misguided religious fanatics and secret religious cults, who pine for the long-awaited end-of-the-world, Armageddon scenario, what better fulfillment of their misinterpreted prophecy than a Final Great Battle in space?
Greer’s research revealed that a very sophisticated military-industrial-laboratory-intelligence-corporate complex distorted and hid the truth about extraterrestrial life visiting our world, while working furiously to reverse engineer extraterrestrial technologies. An alien false flag event would be the final ploy that could be used to maintain many of the deepest secrets held by this complex about extraterrestrial life and technologies. While Watson understandably wants to keep the truth movement focused on real issues, it is not possible to separate important geopolitical events such as 911 and 7/7 from the extraterrestrial issue as I argued here.
Will the London Olympics be a truly global event that is interrupted by a false flag alien invasion? Very unlikely in this author’s view, yet one can’t underestimate the audacity and desperation of those involved in staging earlier false flag operations. The truth movement exposing 911 and 7/7 as inside jobs is burgeoning, and there are those that stand to lose much if the truth emerges. Similarly, public opinion on the possible existence of extraterrestrial life has swung around dramatically making possible polling on questions once thought frivolous. For example, one recent poll by National Geographic rated which U.S. Presidential candidate would be the best leader during an alien invasion.
The London Olympics will undoubtedly be the biggest show on Earth from 27 July to 12 August, 2012. If aliens do show up coming in war, then we can be rightly suspicious that such an event was staged and has a very terrestrial explanation. If, however, the aliens showed up coming in peace, then we might be experiencing the real thing, and the Olympics would truly usher in the dawn of a Galactic age on our planet.

Toronto, Canada [ZNN] Chase Brandon, a senior 35 year veteran of the CIA’s elite Clandestine Service unit, confirmed in an interview on Coast to Coast AM on Saturday June 23rd, 2012 that the event commonly known as the Roswell Crash actually occurred.
Brandon stated: “I absolutely know… that there was a craft from beyond this world that crashed at Roswell, that the military picked up remains of not just the wreckage but cadavers and all of that was made public for a short while…”
Brandon continued, “One hundred per cent guarantee, in my heart and soul I say – Roswell happened. There was a craft… absolutely cadavers.”
To back-up his claims Brandon indicated that he had once visited the CIA’s Historical Intelligence Collection (HIC), an archive of over 23,000 volumes of intelligence history. While there, he located boxes of material.
Brandon went on to say, “I went into the side room and looked at all those boxes… I only had a chance to look at one – I pulled the one down that said ‘Roswell’ and I looked inside… there were materials, there were papers, there were other items…” Brandon declined to specifically describe the items he saw.
It remains unclear as to whether or not this unofficial disclosure by a former CIA agent is a rogue action by an elite, senior undercover covert operations officer or, if it has, in some manner, received the tacit authorization of the CIA.
One thing is clear however, the statements made by Chase Brandon in the interview do not represent his opinion but, are a matter of fact.
Brandon is well acclaimed as a CIA consultant in the Hollywood film industry, having served as a technical consultant for movies and television shows, including The Bourne Identity, Mission Impossible, Alias, and 24. It is also well documented that the CIA has influence and significant control over films about UFOs and extraterrestrials. According to a reliable source, Chase Brandon still maintains some contractual ties to the CIA.
In communication with international authorities on the career of Chase Brandon, ZlandCommunications has been assured there will be more details forth-coming on this major event. ZNN will publish more details as they transpire.
The hour long interview included other bombshell statements about the nature of the UFO cover-up and why and how it was covered-up.

Alex Jones, founder of the popular Infowars website, has a problem. He personally believes that extraterrestrial life exists somewhere out there, but does not believe that proof has been found that off world aliens are real. In that sense he follows a very conventional script, yet Jones is very interested in a select group of individuals that do strongly believe in extraterrestrial life. That is the “Illuminati†or global elite, or international banking families, intent on controlling and enslaving humanity according to Jones. Jones has gone on the public record with his research findings that not only are the Illuminati “true believers†in extraterrestrial life, but they have established a secret religion where they view themselves as the descendents of ancient astronauts that visited Earth, and even created human life.
In a recent video review of the movie Prometheus where Jones addressed Illuminati beliefs in extraterrestrial creators, he was hit by an avalanche of criticisms from viewers that he had become a “true believer†in alien life. Jones felt compelled to issue a second video pointing out that he was not a true believer in extraterrestrials, but was interested in exposing the belief system of the Illuminati who are true believers. Jones problem is that he is fast discovering that the analysis of those secretly controlling international politics and finances cannot be neatly separated from evidence and beliefs of those convinced that extraterrestrials have visited and even live among us! Jones problem is that he needs to walk through the door of exopolitics – a relatively unknown field of study into the political implications of extraterrestrial life – without antagonizing his large support base and being dismissed as a naïve true believer.
Alex Jones got his hands on an early script of Prometheus and produced a video claiming the “ideas presented in Prometheus are at the core of Western secret societies†The core concept in these secret societies or “Illuminati†belief system, according to Jones, is that humanity was created by a group of extraterrestrial visitors called ‘gods’ by the ancients, and global elites are the direct descendents of these creator ‘gods’. Jones goes on to claim: “Every major globalist we look at going back more than 160 years is completely and totally obsessed with the idea that off world aliens are controlling this planet and giving them hidden knowledge.†Jones concluded:
The film Prometheus is completely constructed around the secret religion of the Illuminati who believe they are transcendent and becoming the superman… The Illuminati believe they have stolen the fire of true genius from the gods.
After his video review was released, Jones received an avalanche of protests from readers claiming that he had been paid off to promote Prometheus, and had become a true believer in extraterrestrial life. In a follow-up video Jones tried to set the record straight. He said:
In reading a synopsis of the film that I got from a source, it’s basically what the Illuminati are in to. They believe that we were basically created by Aliens, but I don’t believe that!
Jones concludes: “This is a film about the origins of humanity, where aliens create humanity and are coming to now take us to the next level of evolution which the elite believe.â€
Is Jones correct that the global elite have a belief in extraterrestrial life that amounts to a quasi-religious system that they use to justify global policies which they secretly influence and manipulate? There is in fact abundant whistleblower testimony in support of Jones’ conclusion.
Cathy O’Brien, author of Trance-Formation of America (1995) was one of the first to blow the whistle on the global elite’s belief in extraterrestrial life. O’Brien’s book reveals that she was trained as a “Presidential model†where she claims to have been mind controlled to perform sexual and other favors for some of the world’s most powerful politicians. She reveals that these powerful politicians have a strange quasi-religious belief in extraterrestrial life. While O’Brien herself did not claim to see evidence that extraterrestrials were real, she saw many rituals and events where powerful politicians dressed or tried to make her believe that they were descendents of alien beings. She wrote about one case involving the President of Mexico at the time, Miguel De La Madrid and President George Bush, Snr, who both tried to convince her that they were shape shifting aliens using what she thought was holographic technology:
De La Madrid had relayed the ‘legend of the Iguana’ to me, explaining that lizard-like aliens had descended upon the Mayans. The Mayan pyramids, their advanced astronomical technology, including sacrifice of virgins, was supposedly inspired by the lizard aliens. He told me that when the aliens interbred with the Mayans to produce a form of life they could inhabit, they fluctuated between a human and Iguana appearance through chameleon-like abilities – ‘a perfect vehicle for transforming into world leaders.’ De la Madrid claimed to have Mayan/alien ancestry in his blood, whereby he transformed ‘back into an Iguana at will.’ De la Madrid produced a hologram similar to the one Bush did in his… initiation. His hologram of lizard-like tongue and eyes produced the illusion that he was transforming into an Iguana.”
Another source revealing the extraterrestrial belief system of the global elite emerged in October 2008, An individual calling himself/herself the Hidden Hand participated in an online dialogue on the popular Above Top Secret forum, and wrote:
I am a generational member of a Ruling Bloodline Family… Our Lineage can be traced back beyond antiquity. From the earliest times of your recorded “history”, and beyond, our Family has been ‘directing’ the ‘play’ from behind the scenes, in one way or another…. I want to be clear on this Bloodline issue. The ones you know, they are of earthly lineage. Yes, they have their place in the Family, but the Real Power lines, do not originate from this planet.
As the Hidden Hand makes clear, the ruling bloodline families, the Illuminati, see themselves as descendents of off world beings that came to earth in antiquity.
There is another source concerning a recent Bilderberg Group meeting that again supports the extraterrestrial global elite connection. A former hotel employee, Mr B, described what happened when he entered a room where a Bilderberg meeting was occurring to deliver a message.
Mr B claimed upon entering he saw around 24 people seated around a large rectangular table. They were speaking in a cacophony of sounds, none of which was intelligible. It didn’t sound like any language Mr B had ever heard before. Mr B couldn’t see any faces among those seated around the table. He could see their physical bodies in suits, etc., but the faces were hazy due to some kind of mist or fog. Mr B reported that there was an intense energy field pervading the room – it was definitely very unusual and felt otherworldly. Mr B felt resentment being projected towards him over his unwelcome presence. He was directed towards the person to whom he had to deliver the message. Mr B delivered the message and promptly left the room. He was unaware of the message’s contents. Soon after leaving the room, Mr B experienced a massive headache, which lasted several days and he had to take time off.
Mr B’s experience suggests that an element within the Bilderberg group may be in touch with and/or controlled by an other worldly/extraterrestrial force. Again, this supports Alex Jones contention that the global elite firmly believe they are descendents of extraterrestrials.
Jones problem clearly emerges here. Can one analyze the belief system of the global elite/Illuminati without being criticized by a general public that is deeply skeptical about the existence of extraterrestrial life? Jones solution is to separate his own personal beliefs from those of the global elite. Yet how can this be done without considering a vast database of evidence concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life?
It is a fact that some of the world’s most powerful men and women believe they are the descendents of extraterrestrials that played a role in the genetic engineering of humanity. Is this a fanciful belief system designed to augment the egos of global elites and intimidate subordinates, or is there some substance to these beliefs? Jones appears to favor the former position for the moment, but knows he can’t close off the possibility of the latter. The door of exopolitics that has appeared at this stage in Jones research into the global control system will inevitably introduce his Infowars audience to a strange new universe.
In Ridley Scott’s latest movie, Prometheus, humanity’s creators, an extraterrestrial race described as the “engineersâ€, plan to return and destroy us by introducing a new life form that replaces humanity. The Prometheus mission makes the ground breaking discovery that the engineers are humanity’s progenitors. It goes on to depict the engineers as violent aliens not interested in having a dialogue with its intelligent human “children”, but to only destroy and replace it.
At some point in this grand genetic engineering project, the engineers lose control of the experiment to replace humanity, and are almost destroyed themselves by the new alien life they create. Lying in stasis for millennia, one of the engineers is discovered and awakened by the crew of Prometheus who make the startling discovery of what humanity’s creators were planning, and what had happened to them.
This most implausible of plots is slowly developed in Prometheus as a prequel to the Alien movie franchise which Scott started back in 1979. As a big budget Hollywood block-bluster, Prometheus may be little more than sci-fi entertainment similar to other recent alien invasion films such as Battleship, the Avengers and MIB3.
Alternatively, Prometheus may be part of a series of recent films intended to “educate” humanity to think about extraterrestrial life in a way that promotes national security priorities; or even more mysteriously, an esoteric religion shared by global elites.
A 1953 document issued by a panel of scientific experts convened by the CIA’s Psychological Strategy Board (1951-53), recommended that the movie industry would be used to “educate” U.S. citizens about the flying saucer phenomenon and the associated extraterrestrial hypothesis, i.e., some UFOs are interplanetary in origin.
The Robertson Panel recommended an ˜educational program” to remove the “threat” posed by enemy nations exploiting the public’s belief in flying saucers. This “educational program” is where the movie industry is explicitly mentioned in the Durant Report:
The Panel’s concept of a broad educational program integrating efforts of all concerned agencies was that it should have two major aims: training and debunking. The “debunking” aim would result in reduction in public interest in “flying saucers” which today evokes a strong psychological reaction. This education could be accomplished by mass media such as television, motion pictures, and popular articles [emphasis added].… Such a program should tend to reduce the current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda.
The Report issued by the Robertson Panel in January 1953, endorsed a CIA sponsored policy of using the movie industry to “educate” the public about extraterrestrial life. One can deduce from the movies emerging immediately after the Report’s release that the key idea being promoted was extraterrestrials were hostile invaders intent on taking over our world.
Movies such as The War of the Worlds, Invaders from Mars, etc., promoted a strong national security response to evidence of extraterrestrial life. This differed dramatically from earlier movies such as The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) that depicted extraterrestrials as galactic policemen concerned over humanity’s aggressive tendencies.
Movies depicting extraterrestrial life in a positive light generally appeared prior to the Durant Report’s release and before the Psychological Strategy Board and its successor (Operations Coordination Board 1953-1961) became dominant in setting official policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
The general public’s psychological reaction to a steady stream of Hollywood movies depicting dangerous extraterrestrial invaders, was to remain passive as the military-industrial complex took over all responsibility for the UFO/flying saucer phenomenon and ridiculed researchers trying to expose the truth.
There is much evidence that a Galactic version of the FBI/CIA’s COINTELPRO was covertly organized against UFO researchers and those having direct experiences with extraterrestrial life and technology. It is highly likely that Prometheus and other 2012 summer movie releases are part of a renewed phase of psychological warfare (Galactic COINTELPRO) where the public are conditioned to believe that extraterrestrials are evil invaders.
Alex Jones got his hands on an early script of Prometheus and produced a video claiming the movie reveals the deepest belief system of global elites – the Illuminati. More specifically Jones states, the ideas presented in Prometheus are at the core of Western secret societies.
The core concept in the Illuminati belief system, according to Jones, is that humanity was created by a group of ancient astronauts, and global elites are the direct descendents of these extraterrestrials or creator ˜gods”. Jones goes on to claim: Every major globalist we look at going back more than 160 years is completely and totally obsessed with the idea that off world aliens are controlling this planet and giving them hidden knowledge.
The film Prometheus is completely constructed around the secret religion of the Illuminati who believe they are transcendent and becoming the superman… The Illuminati believe they have stolen the fire of true genius from the gods.
Jones correctly identifies the mindset of the Illuminati who view themselves as descendents of the Titans (Prometheus), and the true protectors of humanity from the fickle gods (extraterrestrial founders).
The film Prometheus achieves two simultaneous objectives. It continues to promote the idea that extraterrestrials are hostile and ready to invade humanity at a moment’s notice. The psychological impact of Prometheus and similar alien invasion movies is to make citizens passive to the ever increasing evidence that extraterrestrial life has been visiting our world, and governments and global elites have conspired to keep this secret.
Another objective is that Prometheus helps sow the seed that extraterrestrials that played a role in humanity’s creation are returning with a dark agenda they plan to impose on humanity.
While the idea of returning gods is extolled in the belief systems of indigenous peoples around the world, Hollywood is conditioning humanity to believe the opposite, extraterrestrials are intrinsically evil, even those that may have played a role in humanity’s genetic engineering.
If Alex Jones is correct, then the global elite stand to benefit by depicting themselves as the direct descendents of the gods (Titans), and humanity’s saviors against the ire of the returning gods/extraterrestrials who may not be happy with the way the Earth has been managed during the latter’s long absence.
In short, a conflict between Earth’s global elite and returning extraterrestrials may be imminent, and movies such as Prometheus will have us believe that only the Illuminati, rather than the returning gods have humanity’s best interests at heart.
More evidence of life on Mars has become available through Google Mars according to an amateur astronomer. David Martines claims that Google Mars reveals an unambiguous image of a 750 foot structure on the Martian surface that is cylindrical in shape and appears to be a space base of some kind. Martines posted a clip of the structure as seen through Google Mars in a YouTube video. Google Mars provides a user interactive map of the Martian surface made up by visual and infrared images provided by two NASA Mars missions, Mars Global Surveyor and 2001 Mars Odyssey.
In his video, Martines claims he found the ’space station’ at coordinates 71 49’19.73â€N 29 33’06.53â€W which anyone can look up and check for themselves. He explains:
This is a video of something I discovered on Google Mars quite by accident. I call it Bio-station Alpha, because I’m just assuming that something lives in it or has lived in it. It’s very unusual in that it’s quite large, it’s over 700 feet long and 150 feet wide, it looks like it’s a cylinder or made up of cylinders. It could be a power station or it could be a biological containment or it could be a glorified garage – hope it’s not a weapon. Whoever put it up there had a purpose I’m sure. I couldn’t imagine what the purpose was. I couldn’t imagine why anybody would want to live on Mars. It could be a way station for weary space travelers. It could also belong to NASA, I don’t know that they would admit that. I don’t know if they could pull off such a project without all the people seeing all the material going up there. I sort of doubt NASA has anything to do with this. I don’t know if NASA even knows about this.
According to Alfred McEwen, a Planetary Geologist with the University of Arizona, the image Martines discovered is simply a glitch in the Google Mars imagery process: “with space images that are taken outside our magnetosphere, such as those taken by orbiting telescopes, it’s very common to see these cosmic ray hits.”
Martines disagrees with McEwen’s comment: “He says that it’s a glitch caused by the reflection of the sun, but even he doesn’t know what camera took the picture and even he doesn’t know where the raw data exists.”
Martines has written to NASA about his discovery and is yet to hear back. Martines may have to wait a long time. NASA has a reputation for dismissing evidence of life on Mars. When the 1976 Viking found evidence of organic life in two independent Robotic Lander experiments, NASA dismissed the evidence as an anomaly. When the same Viking mission showed images of what appeared to be a gigantic face on Mars, NASA dismissed the idea of ancient intelligent life on Mars. Richard Hoagland has written two books (Monuments on Mars and Dark Mission) blowing the lid off what he claims is an official NASA policy of dismissing and covering up evidence of Martian life.
In the subsequent thirty years of exploration of Mars with multiple NASA and European missions there have been many other “anomalies†found. One of the more recent has been what appears to be a cylindrical tube coming out of a nearby domed structure, that is ejecting a stream of liquid discharge on to the Martian surface. According to Dr Courtney Brown, a team of remote viewers agreed that the tube and dome were artificial in nature, and that the domed structure was inhabited. Martines might like to contact Dr Brown or another remote viewing team to view the image he discovered for a second opinion. Martines discovery may be just a Mars Google image glitch, or it could be yet more evidence that intelligent life does exist on Mars.
In Men In Black (MIB) III, an idea is presented in an outrageously comedic way. Extraterrestrial visitors live on our world and are monitored by a secretive governmental agency that hides the truth from the American public. The movie is based on stories circulating since the early 1950’s of mysterious MIB traveling around in dark suits in vintage cars, persuading people to be silent about their experiences concerning UFOs and alien life. MIB III is a highly entertaining comedy, and well worth the admission price. Yet upon leaving the movie theater, one naturally wonders if any of it could possibly be true? Does MIB III use comedy to hide the truth in plain sight?
The most effective way to hide something from others is to put it in front of them in such an outrageous way that they will ignore it. If you are an unfaithful husband wanting to hide the truth of your infidelity, you can hire your paramour as a personal secretary and travel with her to out-of-town business meetings required by your job. If you are a government and want to hide secrets from your citizenry that have, or are about to be exposed, you hire somebody to come forward and publicly reveal the ‘secret’ in such an sensationalist way that people will dismiss it as a lie. When the sensationalist account is revealed to be untrue the original secret is subsequently dismissed and discredited. Those genuinely exposing the secret in the first place, are now considered to be con artists and liars, and their supporters dismissed as foolish true believers. In the world of military intelligence, hiding the truth in plain sight is a time honored strategy used in psychological warfare operations.
It is a fact that psychological warfare has been used on the American public to hide the truth about possible extraterrestrial life visiting our world since the early 1950s. Most importantly, Hollywood and the movie industry have been a key part of this psychological warfare program. In January 1953, the CIA convened a panel to review evidence of flying saucers that the public increasingly believed were extraterrestrial in nature – the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH). Named after its chairman, Dr Howard Robertson, the Robertson Panel reviewed cases of flying saucers over a four-day period for a total of 12 hours and found none of them to be credible. Conclusions by the Panel were released in a document called the Durant Report. It recommended ridiculing the ‘flying saucer phenomenon’ and the possibility of extraterrestrial life, for national security reasons.
The Robertson panel recommended an ‘educational program’ to remove the threat posed by enemy nations exploiting the public’s belief in flying saucers. This “educational program†is where the movie industry is explicitly mentioned :
The Panel’s concept of a broad educational program integrating efforts of all concerned agencies was that it should have two major aims: training and “debunking.†…The “debunking” aim would result in reduction in public interest in “flying saucers” which today evokes a strong psychological reaction. This education could be accomplished by mass media such as television, motion pictures, and popular articles [emphasis added].… Such a program should tend to reduce the current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda.
The Report issued by the Robertson Panel endorsed a government policy of using the movie industry to “educate†the public that there is no truth behind the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Yet, there have been a number of credible whistleblowers and witnesses that have come forward to reveal that extraterrestrial life is not only visiting us, but living among us!
Command Sergeant Major Robert Dean worked at NATO’s Supreme Headquarters from 1963-1967, and during this time was stationed in the Operations Center with a Cosmic Top Secret clearance. He claims to have viewed a secret NATO study that was commissioned to analyze the threat posed by UFOs to NATO operations in Eastern Europe. The classified report was titled: “An Assessment: An Evaluation of a Possible Military threat to Allied Forces in Europe.†It focused on the dangers of UFOs being mistakenly identified as an incoming ballistic missile attack from the Soviet Union. Dean claimed that the NATO study identified four different extraterrestrial civilizations visiting the Earth. He said that what really worried the NATO top brass was that some of the visitors looked so much like us that they were virtually indistinguishable. Dean says that NATO generals were paranoid over the possibility that some of the extraterrestrial visitors could be walking in the corridors of NATO or the Pentagon, or even the White House itself. In an interview Dean explained:
There was a human group that looked so much like us that that really drove the admirals and the generals crazy because they determined that these people, and they had seen them repeatedly, they had had contact with them…. These people looked so much like us they could sit next to you on a plane or in a restaurant and you’d never know the difference. And being military and being primarily paranoid, that bothered the generals and the admirals a little bit. That the fact that these intelligent entities could be involved with us, walking up and down the corridors of SHAPE, walking down the corridors of the Pentagon. My God, it even dawned on a couple of them that these guys could even be in the White House! Of course, as I said, being paranoid in those years it really shook things up a little bit.
Dean’s testimony reveals official knowledge that extraterrestrials are living among the human population. His testimony demonstrates that official military and government agencies have been developing strategies for responding to extraterrestrial life among us. We get a better idea of the official strategy used to respond to extraterrestrials among from another whistleblower – Ingo Swann.
Swann was the first psychic employed in the CIA’s remote viewing program that began in 1975: Project Star Gate. Swann’s success rate was so impressive that by 1975 he was recruited by a covert government operative, “Mr Axelrod,†to spy on extraterrestrials. Swann remote viewed extraterrestrials on the moon who had bases on the dark side. In later interviews and in his book, Penetration, Swann claimed that he viewed various structures on the surface and observed extraterrestrials near them who were able to breath unaided, thereby suggesting an atmosphere on the moon. Swann’s remote viewing was confirmed by Axelrod who sent Swan a book by George Leonard describing similar structures he viewed on the moon using photographic analysis of NASA images. The success of Swann and Project Star Gate in delivering accurate remote viewing data to intelligence agencies quickly led to military agencies asking Swann to develop the necessary protocol for training military remote viewers. Swann’s involvement with the covert activities of “Mr Axelrod†provides valuable evidence on extraterrestrials living among us.
In one incident, Swan describes how he was taken by Axelrod to a remote location, thought to be Alaska, where they traveled to a lake to view UFO activity. The goal was for Swann to psychically gain information on what the extraterrestrials were doing at what appeared to be a secret UFO base. Swann described in detail an incident involving a UFO coming out of a lake, drawing in some of the lake’s water, and expanding in size from a tiny spot into a large triangular vehicle. He passed on the psychic information to Axelrod before they quickly left the area in order to escape detection by the UFO. What is most remarkable in Swann’s testimony about his covert work for Axelrod is a supermarket incident where he encountered a strikingly attractive female who he psychically intuited was extraterrestrial.
Swann claims that he was shopping in a Los Angeles supermarket when he noticed a very attractive, scantily clad female. He claims that his body physically began buzzing as he viewed her out of the corner of his eyes and intuitively received information that she was an extraterrestrial. At first dismissing the idea, he got independent confirmation of her extraterrestrial identity by observing her being followed by two of Mr Axelrod’s operatives, also in the supermarket. Frightened by the presence of Axelrod’s operatives Swann quickly exited the venue due to his fear of what might happen. Final confirmation that the female was extraterrestrial followed not long afterward when Axelrod phoned Swann to discuss whether the female had telepathically communicated with him. Axelrod had been told by his two operatives that Swann had been in the presence of the extraterrestrial and had possibly communicated with her. Axelrod was very worried about this possibility and Swann assured him that no telepathic communication had occurred. Investigative reporter Garry Bekkum describes what happened :
The renewed phone contact by Axelrod was far from ordinary. First Swann received a mysterious phone call from a female operative, directing him to a different phone. The call ended in dead silence, suggesting that the phone line had been cut and spliced into. Once he reached the designated phone, Swann engaged in a scrambled conversation with Axelrod, asking about the strange sexy woman in the supermarket. Axelrod warned, “I feel obliged to tell you that she is really dangerous.” Apparently Swann believed that Axelrod’s warning had confirmed his worst fear. Not only were extraterrestrials on the moon, but they had operatives here on Earth, among the ordinary people. If Axelrod was to be believed, they were to be avoided at all possible cost.
Axelrod’s efforts to monitor the extraterrestrial female, his concern about Swann being in telepathic communication with her, and his warning that she was dangerous suggested that Axelrod’s efforts were part of an official policy to prevent any ordinary civilians from fraternizing with extraterrestrials. The two operatives that followed the extraterrestrial bore a striking resemblance to one another and wore black suits. They appeared to be genuine MIBs.
Dean’s and Swan’s striking testimonies reveal that the core idea behind the Men in Black movie series is based not in fiction, but in fact. Extraterrestrials do live among us, and blend into human society as depicted in the three MIB movies. Also, there does exist a shadowy government agency – embedded within the CIA and sister intelligence organizations from around the world – that is responsible for monitoring extraterrestrial life on our world. This shadowy government agency does employ individuals similar to those depicted in MIB to maintain public secrecy.
It is a fact that psychological warfare has been used to keep the truth behind the UFO/flying saucer phenomenon and the extraterrestrial hypothesis from the public. The movie industry has been a part of this secret effort. Scriptwriters and movie producers have been covertly recruited to assist the officially sanctioned government policy of educating the public that there is no truth to the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Yet whistleblowers and witnesses have come forward to reveal the reality of extraterrestrials among us. Men in Black III is a clever comedy that hides the truth in plain sight. Next time you go to a movie theater to watch a science fiction movie, don’t take it for granted that the person sitting next to you is from this world.
Are the concepts of retrocausality, Philippe Guillemant’s “Theory of Double Causality,†Ken Wilber’s “Integral Theory†and Oleg Linetsky’s coherent propositions on fundamental “Boundaries†keys to understand crucial aspects of an assortment of extraterrestrial and otherworldly Interactions?
What kind of basic science emerging in the XXI Century we need to be aware of in order to relate more intelligently with the solid emerging evidence for extraterrestrial contacts and abductee interactions?  Issues about “Time†(changing the past, modifying the future, time-travel, choice and free will, visitors from the future, timelines, etc) has always been part the history of UFO research and the ET contact movement. Sometimes cryptic messages about the purpose of ET interactions have been transmitted to experiencers. What does this all mean?
When in the XX Century chief quantum physicists like Dirac, Klein, Gordon, Wheeler, Feynman, Cramer, Aharonov and other creative mavericks provided evidence for the possibility that retrocausality may be a fact of nature, most scientists were slow to consider this plausible because of their fixation with subluminal, time-forward, entropic, cause and effect, macro physicalist, intuitive perceptions adapted to the regular world consciously experienced through the physical senses. Nevertheless, considering that “advanced waves†from the future may be physically real is a perfectly plausible way to understand some relativistic-invariant solutions that modify a purely probabilistic interpretation of quantum mechanics’ critical “Schrödinger’s Equation.†In fact, probabilistic and realistic interpretations may coexist under a more inclusive view, being an upcoming agreement more like a “both-and†issue.
Nowadays, with the influence of carefully conducted  psi retrocausal studies (as the experiments conducted by Dick Bierman of the University of Amsterdam http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9pR0gfil_0  , Dean Radin’s work with IONS http://noetic.org/ and Daryl Bem’s Meta analysis of “presentiment†experiments http://dbem.ws/ ) , attitudes are slowly changing. Likewise, the long-standing implications of the “Quantum Eraser Effect,†(explored along with other “entanglement†issues by MIT’s Seth Lloyd, who posits that the Universe may be like a quantum computer), University of Vienna’s Anton Zeilinger’s  experimental production of a posterioriquantum entanglement (apparently after particles have ceased to exist) http://www.nature.com/nphys/journal/vaop/ncurrent/abs/nphys2294.html and other important discoveries are opening scientific minds to an understanding that retrocausal influences are dynamically real influences is gradually being recognized.
So, after all, how could we get closer to the “cosmic guild†of those who know how to change their lives by changing timelines? Maybe we should pay attention to Philippe Guillemant’s “Theory of Double Causality†Seven Key Points:
Our destiny is already realized in the form of a temporal line.
Our temporal line is not fixed: It can be replaced by another line parallel with the present (in the Multiverse’s network).Â
All that which is not determined by the past is determined by the future.
The function of present time is not to create reality (it already is created) but to choose our common future by the cumulative effect of all our consciousnesses.
Election is difficult because our free will generally is illusory: Authentic freedom requires a mental unconditioning and a spiritual awakening.
Every change in the temporal line is made by gliding, sliding or displacement along the supplementary interior dimensions of the Universe.
Love is the essence of this gliding or sliding toward interior space (7D?), like gravitation is for exterior space (3D): We attract and are attracted by that which we love.
Besides the work of Philippe Guillemant (which today is mostly found in French) I (often) recommend the profuse and highly informative compendium on retrocausality (including the human intuitive perception of retrocausal influences) by Antonella Vannini’s works on “Syntropy.†An available link is:  http://www.sintropia.it/thesis.pdf
In Frank Visser’s “Integral World,†a web site which explores “theories of everything†and in which Ken Wilber’s “Integral Theory†(which I think has elements of a trans-parochial universal theory ETs might relate with) is creatively criticized and reviewed, Oleg Linetsky presents us far-reaching ideas compatible with how “reality†is manifested and with this essay’s theme. In Linetsky’s ideas, the importance of FEELING is emphasized. If I’m correct, feelings are understood as ways to bring coherence into our experiential worlds; as responses of our embodied consciousness in relation to inevitable, primordial, pre-cognitive (and –in my view- retrocausally pre-conscious) experiential “energy tensions†or “conflicts†appearing due to the fundamental existence of “boundaries†created by the (conceptually) paradoxical coexistence between consciousness in its absolute character and consciousness as an entity experientially embedded in its own relative Kosmos.
If my reading of Linetsky is correct, these “conflicts†(of which five main essential kinds are posited and which, I assume, should affect every kind embodied consciousness, including ETs, however advanced) would be caused by four fundamental and unequal ways in which all embodied consciousnesses are required to interpret and harmonize how their experience of “reality†or of the Kosmos comes into actual being.  The first two essential “conflicts†would relate to Ken Wilber’s discovery that all which arises in the Kosmos expresses in four distinct ways. The three other essential “conflicts†would be caused by how we interiorly experience the influence of the Kosmos’ three main realms of existence (also in relation to the four main ways anything in the Kosmos is expressed).
Retrocausality-related conflicts would correspond to attempts to bring more personal experiential coherence and resolution to at least one of the five main “energy tensions†or “conflicts†posited by Linetsky (the conflict arising from the dichotomy between a Gross, stably patterned experience and a Subtle, more fluid, varied and experimental one). These “tensions†affecting every sentient being are generated by how our embodied consciousnesses respond to the simultaneously tensional arising of Interior vs. Exterior aspects, Individual vs. Collective aspects (summing up Wilber’s four quadrants of the Kosmos), Gross (physical) vs. Subtle aspects, Subtle vs. Causal aspects and Causal vs. Natural Non-Dual aspects.  Please also note that the recognition of non-physical realms (the Subtle and Causal) in embodied experiential influence is utilized to attempt to understand the predicament all embodied beings have to face. In my view, the recognition of non-physical realms with which our consciousnesses may be experientially connected and with which our particular physical universe may interact and depend upon is of great scientific and philosophical importance. In a metaphysical sense, non-physical realms may be understood as potentially real for us experientially focused in ‘our’ particular physical universe. In a metaphysical sense, we could say that Subtle and Causal realities are time-shifted into our probable futures. Our actual experiences may be potentially conditioned in a modifiable way by how we align our experiences with these non-physical realms, not unlike to how Guillemant posits that we can change our timelines by choosing in relation to already existing futures (which even if existing in their own right can also be considered as “potential†until connected with).
These issues may be hard to understand at first but please let us hone our interpretive skills to get a better grip on what is going on. Let’s try to boost our understanding of the nature of reality to share a common language with beings which may come from “supraphysical†universes. Searching for a scientific and metaphysical understanding of the interactive nature of our Physical Realm with non-physical realms has been a common theme in my other writings. Please, as more inclusive-integral persons, as exopoliticians, as philosophers, as scientists, as UFO researchers and as responsible, concerned, thinking beings, let’s try to develop an updated scientific and philosophical foundation which may be useful in our attempts to make sense of the complex world(s) of Exopolitics, ETs, UFOs, Disclosure and even the related subject of human survival after bodily death. This, along with our healthy, integrative intentions is part of our preparation to establish a closer, mutually beneficial exchange with our selves and with other cosmic civilizations. Along these lines, let’s make an attempt to delve into more encompassing, coherent models such as Ken Wilber’s (still incomplete but evolving) “Integral Theory.†Let’s attempt to develop a careful understanding of what kind of a Multiverse or living Kosmos we might be in if retrocausality is a fact and if deep existential propositions like those found in Linetsky’s “Open Letter to Ken Wilber and Integral Teachers†are valid. A link to Linetsky’s work is found at: http://www.integralworld.net/linetsky4.html
American Professor says US military has a contingency plan.
Toronto, Canada [ZNN] Professor Paul Springer from the U.S. Air Command and Staff College has been authorized by his employers to discuss US military plans to respond to an alien invasion.
Springer’s statement, according to research by Dr. Michael Salla of the Exopolitics Institute, reveals that the Pentagon does indeed have contingency plans in place to react to an alien invasion.
The fact that a US government agency like the Pentagon would entertain such a scenario could be considered a reaction to documentation by former military personnel that craft of unknown origin have been captured on radar and have indeed intruded upon restricted air space over nuclear installations.
The Pentagon’s alien invasion contingency plan also appears to contradict the US Air Force stated position that no intrusion by craft of unknown origin – reported, investigated or evaluated – was ever an indication of a threat to national security.
Why an academic of high standing like Professor Springer has been permitted to speak out is unknown – although recent events involving surveillance of ICBM nuclear installations by craft of unknown origin and a growing list of commercial and military pilot sightings of UFOs may be factors in a Pentagon decision to leak information through an accredited professional, thus linking alien intelligence with unacknowledged national security priorities. Dr. Salla states, “…Springer reveals that the Pentagon acknowledges the importance of thinking through the many national security issues surrounding the possible existence of extraterrestrial life and technology.”
Furthermore, in the midst of an on-going effort by the US government to deny the presence of extraterrestrial intelligences, it is more than perplexing why public statements about an alien invasion plan would surface on Australian television, while receiving little or no media coverage in the United States.
When asked about these plans, one UFO research expert stated: “These plans represent a military mind-game designed to incite fear and uncertainty among an uninformed public. Two major issues need to be answered; first, when will the US government realize that well over half of Americans polled believe their government is engaged in a cover-up? Secondly, citizens are mature enough to engage in discussions about the reality of UFOs and extraterrestrial beings. Once these questions are addressed, a responsible and authentic public dialogue will emerge.”
The spokesperson went on to say, “Regrettably, while the Pentagon continues to deny UFOs are real – a military style of cowboy-diplomacy and a foreign policy entrenched in the 1940’s demand they shoot first and ask questions later.”
