Stefano Breccia, who died in Italy several days ago, led an extraordinary life. Publicly, he taught at several European universities and worked as an electrical engineer in Italy. In his private life he kept a closely guarded secret until 2007 when he released a remarkable book. Contattismi di Massa (translated into English as Mass Contact in 2009) detailed the history of a mysterious group of human looking extraterrestrials that established underground bases in Italy and met with local residents between 1956 and 1978.
He privately investigated the Amicizia (Friendship) case over a period of several decades during which he got to meet and question many of the primary witnesses. The events in his book appear like episodes from Star Trek, but are well supported by documentary evidence, the independent investigations of Italy’s finest UFO researchers, and first hand witnesses of the events described.
Some of the witnesses were leading statesmen, scholars and high society figures from Italy and Europe. Breccia included a number of prefaces and statements by witnesses detailing the extensive number of people involved in the Friendship case. To commemorate Prof Breccia’s remarkable life and experiences, the Exopolitics Institute is pleased to release online his video presentation at the 2010 Earth Transformation Conference. At the conference, he explained how, according to the original witnesses described in Mass Contact, most of the extraterrestrial bases were destroyed in 1978, by a group of “synthetic” extraterrestrials.
Breccia described at some length the differing philosophies between these extraterrestrial groups that at times came into violent conflict. During his presentation in Hawaii, Breccia revealed that the human looking “Friendship†extraterrestrials did not however stop their contacts in 1978. The contacts have quietly continued up to the present, and even Breccia became involved in some of these. Breccia also presented his detailed analysis of a photo showing one of the “Friendship†extraterrestrials who was approximately ten feet tall.Â
In terms of its overall impact, number of participants involved, and documentary evidence compiled, Mass Contact is the most astonishing case of human extraterrestrial contact in modern history. Prof Breccia’s dedication to UFO investigations, and knowledge of the Friendship case will be keenly missed.
The launch of the fourth edition of the Exopolitics Journalcomes at an exciting time for all those interested in the possibility of extraterrestrial life. NASA’s Kepler Mission has continued announcements of discoveries of exoplanets in habitable regions of distant solar system has helped rapidly transform the scientific community from outright skepticism over the possibility of extraterrestrial life, to opposite position of almost complete certainty that such life exists. Scientific conferences in London and Rome organized by the Royal Academy (January 2010) and the Pontifical Academy of Sciences (Nov 2009) had scientists openly discussing the social and political implications of extraterrestrial life. The world’s leading astrophysicist, Prof Stephen Hawking, has openly been speculating over the possible motivations of advanced extraterrestrial life, and how this should be seriously considered by NASA and other space programs for national security reasons. The time has never been better to actively begin mapping out the conceptual contours and implications of what contact with advanced intelligent life from other solar systems will be like. That is equally the case for those interested for the first time in possible contact with extraterrestrial life in the immediate years ahead, and for those having researched claims of extraterrestrial contact cases since the advent of the Atomic Age in 1945.
The first article in this edition by retired Canadian Air Force Captain, D.J. Ballinger analyses the field of exopolitics, and describes its relevance for the scientific community. Ballinger conducts an exhaustive review of the exopolitics field and how it can contribute to better understanding the complexity and comprehensive nature of the available evidence concerning extraterrestrial life. He writes that exopolitics: “covers the spectrum of social and physical sciences entrenched in the global concept of human security, including national, political, economic, environmental, and health security.†Critically, he challenges the scholarly community to begin giving serious attention to the question of extraterrestrial life, and especially begin addressing its social and political implications: “exopolitics should be established as a viable and valuable field of study by academia in higher learning institutions, and by social and physical scientists in the public and private sectors.”
The second article by Giovani Piacenza claims that “due to sui generis, messianic-like cosmologies and lack of publicly acknowledged evidence, contactee cases tend not to be credible to the scientific community, even while suggesting that direct interaction with extraterrestrial beings or with beings from other reality systems may sometimes actually occur.†Piacenza analyzes two case studies of claimed extraterrestrial contact. The first, involves multiple claims of extraterrestrial contact beginning in 1975 with the famous Peru UFO sightings by Sixto Paz Wells and his companions. One of his companions was Piacenza who is well placed to give a scholarly analysis of the organizations that evolved out of the 1975 contact claims. The second case Piacenza examines involves the Unarius Society and the organization that evolved from the various forms of extraterrestrial contact. Piacenza introduces Ken Wilber’s “Integral Methodological Pluralism†as the conceptual framework for objectively examining these two cases. In doing so, he uses the “‘criteria of ‘truth’, ‘truthfulness’, ‘justness’ and ‘fit’ associated with methodological ‘zones’ that integrally relate†to the cases studies in determining their relevance for assessing claims and evidence of extraterrestrial contact.
Dana Rasinova is the author of the third article which gives an insider’s account of the famous Billy Meier case which she has been intimately involved with since 1997. According to David Griffin, who gives a brief editorial introduction:
Whilst some see aspects of the alien Other as containing an inherent ‘trickster’ element many others see the visiting ET presence as representing a higher form of intelligence and assume that this implies they are beyond reproach in their ethics and operation. In fact the situation is far more complex and this is why this particular examination of a highly complex Swiss contact case is long overdue and welcome.
Rasinova takes a novel approach in her analysis. She accepts the validity of Meier’s core claims of extraterrestrial contact, and goes on to examine the motivations of the Pleiadian/Plejaran entities that communicated with Meier. She finds numerous inconsistencies, contradictions and distortions fed to Meier by his extraterrestrial contacts that lead to her conclusion that “the Pleiadians (Plejarans/Plejaren) … deliberately don’t tell us the truth.†Rather than benevolent space brothers wanting to help humanity with a positive uplifting philosophy, she finds instead very troubling assertions they made to Meier, and which he faithfully passed on in his contactee notes. What emerges in Rasinova’s analysis is that while some extraterrestrials may look very human and have a positive philosophy to pass on in their communications with human contactees, they still may have a very deceptive agenda where “they explicitly and strategically lie, feign or disinform.†Rasinova’s analysis warns us about being too uncritical in our future or current dealings with extraterrestrials that may have a positive appearance and things to say, but have a deceptive agenda filled with distortions, and outright lies.
I authored the fourth article, “How Celestials are helping humanity prepare for Extraterrestrial Contact and World Peace,†which I gave as a prepared speech to a conference in Istanbul, Turkey held on November 1, 2011, concerning advanced extraterrestrial life and celestials. I describe “celestials†as highly evolved beings that can move through space and time using their consciousness alone, rather than technology as is the case for advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. Using the Nikolai Kardarshev typology developed for extraterestrial civilizations capable of using energy at different macro levels (Type 1 – planetary, Type II – stellar, and Type III – galactic) I define celestials as a Type IV civilization that can tap into a universal energy source.
Celestials are best described as a universal fraternity where ability to tap into universal energy define one’s identity and allegiance, rather than space-time location as with lesser evolved civilizations (Type 0-III). I consequently analyze the role and activities of celestials in helping prepare humanity for open contact with extraterrestrials, and the advanced technologies that will become available after contact. Finally, I describe different case studies involving claims of contact with advanced extraterrestrial visitors and how celestials interacted with both the human contactees and the extraterrestrial visitors.
The final article involves a very different case of extraterrestrial contact – crop circles. The crop circle phenomenon is something that has intrigued some of the world’s best scientists and led to numerous investigations. Wendy Flentri studies some of the crop circle literature and investigations in relation to 2012. She concludes that many crop circles are a product of extraterrestrial intervention and designed to relay information about 2012 and Solar Cylce 24.  She explains that the messages in crop circles created by extraterrestrials: “speak to us in a universal language of mathematics, symbols and pictures.†The information in them correlates “with what researchers have been able to discover about what the Maya knew, the pyramid builders at Giza knew and what many primitive peoples have been telling us all along. That end of Solar Cycle 24 one age will end and another will begin.â€
The year 2012, according to interpretations of the Mayan Calendar, is the fulcrum of thousands of years of human evolution. To others closely following Solar Cycle 24, the years 2012/13 are predicted to be watershed years with the coming solar maximum creating many life changing situations. For many more, 2012 is witnessing rapid changes in communication technologies helping overcome national boundaries, bringing our planet closer together, and uniting humanity in unprecedented ways. Looming over all these upcoming changes is the prospect of open contact with extraterrestrial life, and/or official acknowledgement that governments have kept the truth from us about off-world visitors. This edition of the Exopolitics Journal will be welcome preparation for all interested in learning more about extraterrestrial life, and how the field of exopolitics offers some critical tools and methods for extraterrestrial contact.
Arizona Senator Barry Goldwater’s collection of 143 pages of UFO letters has now been posted. Goldwater, a USAF reserve General, who also sat as the Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee had a long standing interest in the UFO subject.
The collection of letters include many letters that talk about his attempt to get access to the “blue room†at Wright Patterson Air Force Base where he was told by his long time friend General Curtis Lemay that he couldn’t go in and Goldwater certainly couldn’t go in either.
The collection also contains letters with UFO researchers such as Ron Regehr, Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. James McDonald, Lee Graham, and Don Berliner. There is also a key letter written to Goldwater by Marie Galbraith who directed the “best Available Evidence†report that was prepared for Laurance Rockefeller in 1996.
Three documents not pulled from the collection have been added to give context to the documents in the Blue Room section of documents. One was a section of an April 25, 1988 New Yorker magazine article where Goldwater is quoted as saying that he was getting 100 calls a year from people asking him to look into the Blue Room rumor. The second two documents consist of a FOIA (and reply) made by researcher Bill Moore to WPAFB on the Blue Room. Missing (to be added shortly) is a “Blue Room Radar Scope†document that Bill Moore obtained from the Falcon that was attached to the FOIA.
Also to be added in the near future is a reply to Lee Graham from Goldwater in 1996. Many UFO related letters were filed under people names instead of the UFO files so more records will be added as researchers learn of the collection and add letters.
A second collection of Goldwater UFO related letters will also be posted shortly. These letters contain Goldwater correspondence with famous people rumored to have been involved in UFOs. These people include General Curtis LeMay who was involved in the Blue Room event, Bobby Ray Inman who was rumored to have headed up the UFO back-engineering efforts for the US government (and who Goldwater promised to set up a meeting in 1994 for Dr. Greer), Edward Teller, and former carter CIA Director Stansfield Turner. Although the letters are interesting none deal with the UFO subject.
A blue whale, the largest animal that has ever existed.
The blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is a marine mammal belonging to the suborder of baleen whales (called Mysticeti).[3] At 30 metres (98 ft)[4] in length and 180 metric tons (200 short tons)[5] or more in weight, it is the largest known animal to have ever existed.[6]
We are told that blue whales exist, but I have never seen a blue whale. Unlike UFO’s, there is no information war, or truth embargo, currently in place which attempts to obscure the reality of the existence of blue whales. We are told that blue whales, living at this moment throughout the oceans of this planet, are the largest animals that have ever existed! Other people have seen and photographed them, confirming their real existence for us, and there is really no reason that we should doubt that blue whales do in fact exist. There are many photographs and videos of blue whales. I doubt that the presence of a blue whale has ever been documented by radar, but UFO’s certainly have been so documented through photos, videos, and on radar many, many times. It is estimated that Earth’s population of blue whales currently stands at 5000 – 12,000 worldwide, yet I (and probably you) have never seen a blue whale. We are talking about the largest animal which has ever existed and is claimed to still be living today, yet neither you nor I have ever seen one. How could this be? I have swum and even snorkeled in the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, and the Caribbean Sea, but I have never had the good fortune to find myself in the physical presence of a blue whale, and no one that I know personally has ever seen a blue whale. I hope to and would be thrilled to see a blue whale one day, before I am gone or before they are gone, but so far I have never been in the right place, at the right time, to actually see one with my own eyes. Think about these things, and then contemplate the following.
Ongoing and Unexplained Phenomena
We have several ongoing and as yet unexplained categories of events, or phenomena, occurring in our world today. These recurring events are not rare and virtually every single day, if one cares to look at sources beyond our mainstream media, a report will be found from somewhere around the world which strongly suggests the real existence of the UFO phenomenon, the Crop Circle phenomenon, the animal dissection (aka “cattle mutilationâ€) phenomenon, and the alien abduction phenomenon. The details of these phenomena are ignored by many because we have been deliberately and methodically seduced (defined: “act of leading asideâ€) into the belief that these events are mutually unrelated and that these are fringe topics which we should perceive to have little or no relevance to our daily lives in which obtaining an education, advancing one’s career, raising a family, saving for retirement, maintaining a social life, or simply paying the rent must, of necessity, remain our primary focus in order that we and those we love may continue to thrive. Through our mainstream media this social engineering has been very effectively implemented in an effort to preserve the normalcy of our nation’s society and the very foundations of our global civilization in their present form for as long as possible, and there are many compelling reasons why those who have controlled this information have chosen this path for us. For those like myself, who daily follow new developments with regard to these phenomena, it is becoming increasingly evident that the winds of change are blowing and that we will, in the very near future, find ourselves in the midst of a gale. We need to be prepared for this.
There is no debate that the evolution and maintenance of our present day human civilization has been a very necessary and long-term project, sometimes painful, and oftentimes difficult. Civilization is an ongoing enterprise that should not to be taken for granted and should not be profoundly amended without due cause but, as recent events such as Occupy Wall Street demonstrate, changes in the underlying foundations of our civilization are sometimes wise, justifiable, and in fact necessary as we strive “to create a more perfect unionâ€.
UFO’s and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012
(Wikipedia): The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) maintains that “the breadth of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act’s (NDAA) detention authority (by the U.S. military of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil) violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict as required by the laws of war.â€
I propose that the recently passed US Defense Authorization Act of 2012 may be considered as a pre-emptive preparation for the coming gale which will result when Disclosure of the reality of the above listed phenomena, and of their relevance to the present and future of our civilization, is either officially announced or, when it simply unfolds as, perhaps, in some type of District 9 scenario. If you haven’t seen the movie, a large UFO quietly parks itself over Johannesburg, South Africa, with no further contact for three months. Imagine if such an event were to actually transpire tomorrow.
Those who have had a “need to know†fully realize that Disclosure is not completely under their control, and that Disclosure may be precipitated on any given day by the Extraterrestrial Intelligence(s) which have arrived here and which are in fact the group(s) most likely responsible for these otherwise unexplainable yet ongoing phenomena listed above. The specific provisions codified in the NDAA of 2012 manifest unprecedented and blatant infringements upon several amendments in the Bill of Rights of our U.S. Constitution which we have all taken for granted as our protection against actions being taken against us by our own U.S. military in the absence of due process. Now, one decade after 9/11, and with no additional major incidents of terrorism having occurred upon U.S. soil, what imaginable anticipated event could and would motivate, and in fact truly warrant, the passage of the these new and specific provisions of NDAA 2012 which have been willingly signed by our President Barak Obama? And, what nature of event would enable those military personnel so ordered, who are also U.S. citizens, to feel justified in following an order to take military action against their fellow U.S. citizens? One does not need to stand ready the entire U.S. military to deal with a single terrorist, or a small group of terrorists, on U.S. soil. The particular and curious provisions of the recent NDAA of 2012 imply that the ground-work is being laid in anticipation of an event of such profound significance to U.S. national security that the passage of this NDAA 2012, with its blatant disregard of several provisions within our U.S. Constitution, is clearly regarded by our nation’s leadership as justified and necessary.
Those “in the know†have thus far successfully dissuaded the majority of our citizenry from any concerns linking the growing base of evidence which confirms the real existence of these phenomena. These ongoing, recurring phenomena now clearly indicate at least this: we are not alone in this universe and we are currently being contacted by likely more than one alien civilization. Our nation’s leadership must insure that they will always remain one step ahead in order to effectively provide for our nation’s security. They must realize the inevitability of an event which comprises an inescapable tipping-point of irrefutable and undeniable evidence of ongoing visitation of Extraterrestrial Intelligence to our planet is just around the corner, as this is most certainly the reality. Video cameras are now everywhere and a single event, obtained under just the right circumstances and with an adequate ensemble of willing-to-testify eyewitnesses, is all that stands between a normal today and Disclosure tomorrow. Those who believe that Exopolitics is of little concern among those who participate in the think-tanks of Washinton D.C., I believe, are gravely mistaken. Through steps such as NDAA 2012, which are now being taken by the U.S. government / military, when Official Disclosure occurs, or, more likely, when unofficial Disclosure self-manifests, the recently passed provisions of NDAA 2012 will insure that the necessary legal means are already in place to maintain law and order through (now legal) U.S. military action against U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. While there is no question that the specific provisions of NDAA 2012 constitute an obvious and blatant disregard of several amendments within our U.S. Constitution, and while many have for many years disagreed with the philosophy and means by which the “truth embargo†regarding these phenomena has been deliberately manipulated and obscured by those with an officially declared “need to knowâ€, we must also realize that official or unofficial Disclosure, when it occurs, is going to bring a day unlike any other day which has ever dawned for mankind. Our U.S. federal government and our U.S. military are the only extant agencies which will have the mandate and the means to effectively maintain our nation’s security and deal with the potential firestorm which will very likely ensue when our world comes to a full measure of conscious realization of the following:
The Short List of Concerns and Grievances post-Disclosure
a) We are not alone in this universe.
b) We have been deliberately misled about this fact for decades. Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group refers to this situation as the “truth embargoâ€.
c) Many thousands of solid U.S. citizens have been victimized by this truth embargo through the psychological battering that they have sustained after having personally experienced interactions with ET.
d) Our tax dollars have been used to fund the truth embargo which has been a very expensive program tasked to dissuade us, its financiers, from becoming consciously aware of the truth.
c) Our scientific paradigms have, as a consequence of the truth embargo, been deprived of an awareness of certain realities which would have resulted in highly significant and in fact critical modifications of our current scientific world-view. Due to the truth embargo, our scientific progress has been deliberately stifled for decades.
d) We are not the most intelligent species in this universe.
e) We are not the most technologically advanced species in this universe.
f) The necessity of petroleum for energy (the very foundation of our world’s global economy) has been an artificially sustained requirement. We may have been able to jettison our use of petroleum for energy decades ago had we been made aware of the truth.
g) Wars have been fought and many we love have died in order to secure and insure our nation’s access to oil.
h) ET’s have likely played a major role in the evolution of mankind.
i) Our world’s religions are misinformed regarding our true source of origin.
j) We have misinterpreted and misunderstood much of what has been written in our most sacred books.
k) Modern air transportation (Boeing and Airbus) is suddenly rendered obsolete.
l) The alien abduction phenomenon is admitted to be really happening.
m) The entire world’s population will feel existentially vulnerable to these technologically superior visitors. Our very survival, and those we love, is perceived as dependent upon the good will of these visitors.
n) The world’s auto industry will be quickly rendered obsolete.
o) Every nation’s government will feel (has felt) its sovereignty threatened by this new reality.
p) Wall Street and other world markets will spin out of control as investors are completely clueless regarding the investment implications of this new reality.
q) The U.S. military is recognized to be impotent to prevent incursions (or invasions) of these visitors. The U.S. military is no longer regarded as the “toughest kid on the blockâ€.
r) Lastly (and this is out there but not inconceivable), Jesus is revealed to have been a hybrid ET- human, the Star of Bethlehem was in fact the guiding light of a UFO, and the Immaculate Conception was an ET abduction which involved the artificial insemination of the Virgin Mary. In light of the evidence as I see it, this scenario makes much more sense than what I have heard so far.
Any one of these realizations might potentially result in a major and possibly violent uprising from a previously unsuspecting and unprepared populace. Taken together these revelations, suddenly presented to a world in which yesterday everything seemed to be normal, on track, and in balance, are a recipe for a complete breakdown of our civilization. We will need to have measures in place and plans made to deal with what may ultimately devolve into utter mayhem in the streets of our nation and around the world. Thus, I believe that the provisions set forth in NDAA 2012 are warranted and are in fact necessary for our nation’s political and military leadership to be able to deal legally and effectively with what is coming when official or unofficial Disclosure comes about.
The body of evidence corroborating the reality of the UFO phenomenon, the Crop Circle phenomenon, the alien abduction phenomenon, and the animal dissection (“cattle mutilationâ€) phenomenon is growing daily. When considering the motivations behind the curious and specific provisions of NDAA 2012, we must all realize that Disclosure, either Official or unofficial, is very likely just around the corner. Our nation must be prepared, through all means possible, to make an orderly transition into a new reality when this day arrives.
The UKs most popular daytime TV program decided to allocate a whole 10 minutes for an issue which needs several hours to even scratch the surface of -Â The ET Contact and UFO issue. Despite the time constraints -Â something more was demonstrated – insofar as the invited ‘rational’ academic failed to make any significant headway in attracting interest for his views.
Present for the session were UK contactee and speaker at the 2011 Leeds Exopolitics UK conference Brigitte Barclay. Police detective Gary Heseltine and Professor from Goldsmith’s College in the “Anomalistic Psychology Research Unit” – Chris French.
In recent years there’s been a notable shift in the format of both mainstream treatment of the issue and also the more specialised documentary style programs such as UFO-Hunters made for the History Channel.
The latter series, along with its follow-up series Ancient Aliens, was one of the History Channel’s highest rated series viewing wise and simultaneously ended the TV formula of featuring a mandatory “Rent-A-Skeptic” – often utilised at the end of a discussion to trivialise and debunk the evidence found as well as the experience of those directly interfacing with the wide array of UFOlogical phenomena involved.
The daytime TV show, which can be seen in the video above, is part of the slower media forms to react to this shift - hence the use of Chris French – one of a handful of British skeptics that are wheeled-out to counter what by now is an over-whelming set of evidence and testimony for the reality of intelligent life interacting with this planet. However - even when a program features such an old modality, it seems to now do more damage to the skeptics and debunkers case than ever. UK personalities such as MoD national Archives commentator and ‘Folklore’ academic Dr David Clarke, Professor Chris French or British author and regular debunker Andy Roberts [who once claimed a serving police officer hallucinated a double-decker bus] now appear increasingly desperate in justifying their rather mundane position. To a more aware, internet savvy culture, it really seems as if the regular skeptics are caught in some strange time-loop where their mantras of “it was venus!” and “little green men” makes them look somewhat ignorant and perhaps even foolish.
As Yorkshire police sightings database operator Gary Heseltine amply demonstrated, even in a 10 minute slot it’s not hard to challenge the skeptical line -Â especially when it’s an inflexible approach as we find so often with the TV skeptics. Additionally, as can now be seen by regular news coverage of the issue, the majority of the population have a growing interest in this area even if they’re not fully sure what’s going on. My prediction is that we’ll continue to see the trend expanding where rational discussions of this issue can take place without the need for the classic, hired debunking line. There’s a difference between useful skeptical enquiry in this topic and debunking via ridicule and/or for the sake of pushing people away from a necessary field of enquiry.
In reality, whether it’s the type of testimony from someone like Brigitte who’s experienced an event first hand, a collection of statistics such as the PRUFOS database or national security episodes such as nuclear missile bases being temporarily rendered ineffective by hovering craft – only one of these situations has to be “real” for the skeptical line to collapse.

UFO ‘non-gigglers’ are in good company
Editor, the Tribune: During some 40 years of study and discussion of the UFO phenomenon, I have encountered numerous academicians, politicians, social activists, journalists and others who have seriously ridiculed any mention of the serious investigation of the problem. Such ridicule was frequently demonstrated by what UFO researchers call the “giggle factor,†including self-satisfying smirks, rolled eyes and occasional outright belly-laughs. On the other hand, non-gigglers, and their views on the matter, include:

“The evidence points to the fact that Roswell was a real incident and that indeed an alien craft did crash, and that material was recovered from that site. We all know that UFOs are real.†— astronaut Edgar Mitchell

One of the enigmas of U.S. trade policy is the willingness of policy makers to allow China open access to U.S. markets while China throws up many obstacles to American imports. This has predictably led to the US China trade imbalance becoming an issue in the U.S. Presidential Republican campaign. In an interview on Fox News on February 2, 2012, Republican Presidential front runner, Mitt Romney, declared:
On my first day in office, I will label China a currency manipulator and under US law once that label has been affixed the president is able to apply tariffs to any of their goods … I’ve made it very clear to the Chinese that’s where we’ll go if they continue the practices they’re pursuing right now.
Romney’s get tough on China rhetoric impressed Donald Trump who promptly endorsed Romney for the Republican Presidential Primary. According to Trump: “I love what Mitt was saying about China and the rest of the world, which is just absolutely ripping us off and trying to destroy this nation with a smile. And I think that Mitt Romney really sees China for what they are.â€
It is a fact that China maintains a huge trade deficit with the U.S. The exchange rate of China’s currency, the Renminbi, is kept artificially low making it very difficult for U.S. products to compete with cheap Chinese imports. Imports of Chinese products have devastated the U.S. manufacturing industry. To make matters worse, China establishes tariffs on a range of key U.S. export products, such as automobiles, making it even more difficult for the U.S. to reverse the trade deficit which continues to grow. Compounding the issue is China’s flagrant violation of intellectual property laws where Chinese firms pirate many U.S. products with almost total impunity thereby removing another means of balancing the trade deficit.
The trade imbalance has led to China accumulating vast reserves of US dollars, becoming the biggest purchaser of U.S. treasury bonds, and becoming America’s chief creditor. According to the U.S. Treasury, as of November 2011, China held 1.1 trillion dollars in U.S. treasury securities. All this has U.S. Republican presidential candidates and many economists speaking out loudly against China and calling for retaliatory measures such as tariffs, getting tough on Chinese violation of intellectual property laws, and pressuring China to revalue its currency. So are Romney, Trump and a host of prominent economists correct about China? Do they make a compelling case for abandoning a bad China trade policy?
The problem is that what Romney, Trump and other China trade policy critics miss is that the trade deficit is not a result of a poorly thought out U.S. trade policy. In fact the U.S. trade policy with China has been meticulously thought out. There is growing evidence that it is payback for the CIA’s decades long covert use of China’s “black gold†– gold that does not appear on any international gold registry. China’s “black gold†has been hidden for over six decades in order to fund a globally coordinated set of covert projects hidden from public view by the CIA and a consortium of national intelligence organizations and transnational corporations – a global Manhattan project.
Two very recent court cases and a June 2009 incident on the Italian/Swiss border involving high denomination 1934 Federal Reserve notes reveal a remarkable historical fact. During the Second World War era, vast quantities of Chinese gold reserves were either looted and hidden by the Japanese Imperial Army in the Philippines, or transferred by the Chinese Nationalist government to international safe havens. The biggest beneficiary of this vast historical movement of “black†gold was the U.S. government which arranged for a significant portion of China’s “black†gold to be transferred into the US. Federal Reserve system, and Federal Reserve bonds and/or notes issued in return.
The holders of these high denomination Federal Reserve bearer bonds/notes – often the descendents of Chinese/Asian royal families– could only redeem these bonds after lengthy periods of time, e.g., five decades. As a safeguard to ensure the “black gold†would not become publicly tradable, the Federal notes/bonds were printed with spelling errors and other abnormalities that would make them appear fraudulent. Attempts to redeem these bearer bonds have been unsuccessful. This has led to court cases and financial incidents that have drawn media attention over the high denomination bonds in dispute and their validity. Most public media attention wrongly concludes that these bonds are fraudulent as outlined in a recent Bloomberg article focusing on bonds found in the Philippines. Two recent court cases citing meticulous fact checking and documentation of these high denomination 1934 bonds, suggest otherwise.

A mysterious trillion dollar lawsuit filed on November 23, 2011 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, claims that 134.5 billion dollars worth of gold was secretly given to the U.S. government in the mid-1930s by the then Nationalist government of China for safekeeping. The lawsuit claims that 1934 U.S. Federal Reserve notes were issued to the Chinese government, and the gold transferred to the Federal Reserve Bank. It is claimed that a total sum of almost one trillion dollars representing both the principal and accumulated interest of the 1934 Federal Reserve notes was fraudulently taken from the plaintiff, Neil Keenan, an agent for the owners, a mysterious Asian entity called “The Dragon Family.†What makes the lawsuit worth paying attention to is that involves the unresolved June 2009 case of two Japanese citizens caught on a train in Italy while traveling to Switzerland with 134.5 billion dollars in US Federal Reserve notes, bonds and other financial instruments.
The U.S. District Court lawsuit has aroused considerable controversy over its authenticity and the ownership of the 134.5 billion in Federal Reserve notes, bonds and other financial instruments. The lawsuit was filed by William Mulligan Jr and Justin Gardner from Bleakley Platt and Schmidt, a reputable New York law firm. The principal plaintiff in the lawsuit, Neil Keenan, claims to have been defrauded by a number of official government agencies and political figures including a little known organization called the Office of International Treasury Control (OITC), and its principal officers Dr Ray Dam (President) and David Sale (Deputy Chief of the Council for Cabinet of OITC). On the other hand, Sale claims that Keenan and his accomplices fraudulently gained possession of the bonds from the OITC. Importantly, neither of the two parties contesting ownership of the bonds dispute their validity.
The U.S. District Court lawsuit supports claims by David Guyatt, author of The Secret Gold Treaty, that missing World War II era national gold reserves have been intentionally kept out of public circulation (“black goldâ€). Furthermore, the lawsuit reveals a coordinated international effort to launder, trade and defraud owners or investors of bonds and other financial instruments issued against the “black goldâ€. At the heart of this internationally coordinated effort, according to Guyatt, is the Bilderberg Group – which in 1954 played a key role in the passage of a Secret Gold Treaty.

The conventional political view is that covert operations are funded by Congressional appropriations authorizing the DoD to use U.S. Treasury funds for classified projects and intelligence activities that appear as vague single line items on the DoD budget. Subtracting the cost of known weapons systems and intelligence programs from the total DoD budget gives Congressional analysts a means of estimating the size and scope of operations of the covert world of ‘black projects’, without knowing their precise budgets or activities.
There is however compelling evidence that the covert world of highly classified projects is primarily funded by a black budget created by the CIA rather than the DoD. Rather than being a beneficiary of a Congressionally sanctioned DoD ‘black budget’, the CIA has its own ‘unofficial’ black budget. The CIA has the unique legal ability among all U.S. government departments and agencies to generate funds through appropriations of other federal government agencies and other sources “without regard to any provisions of law,†and without regard to the intent behind Congressional appropriations.
Every year, according to Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary of HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development), billions of dollars of Congressional appropriations are diverted from their Congressionally sanctioned purposes to CIA and DoD based intelligence agencies without knowledge of the public and with the collusion of Congressional leaders. The covert world of ‘black programs’ acts with virtual impunity, overseen and regulated by itself, funding itself through secret slush funds, and is free of the limitations that come from Congressional oversight, proper auditing procedures and public scrutiny. The departments from which many of these black budget funds are secretly siphoned from are the very same as those proposed by Ron Paul for elimination: Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Interior, and Education.
The key to uncovering the true size of the black budget is the chronic accounting anomalies in the DoD budget. In the three year period from 1998-2000 when the DoD was audited by the Office of the Inspector General, it was found that an average of 1.7 trillion dollars per year could not be accounted for. These auditing anomalies is evidence that over one trillion U.S. dollars annually is being siphoned by the CIA into the DoD for secret distribution to various military intelligence agencies and corporate contractors, and the ‘deep black’ programs they support. Such siphoning, with dubious constitutional status, is made legal by various Congressional enactments, senior Congressional officials, and the Executive Office.
The size of the Black Budget, the secrecy surrounding it, the extent senior Federal officials and agencies go to in targeting individuals and companies threatening to reveal where Congressional appropriations are ultimately going, point to a vast network of ‘deep black projects’. This network collectively forms a highly classified second Manhattan Project whose existence, goals and budget are kept secret.

If the experiences of Catherine Austin Fitts are any guide, then the more success Paul enjoys during the Presidential primaries, the more likely he will be targeted in covert ways by beneficiaries of America’s black budget. The stakes are very high for Paul’s campaign as he threatens congressional funds flowing through cabinet departments that are most involved in secretly funding a trillion dollar black budget.

Despite the official government cover-up of UFO files, stories of UFOs are routinely found in the mainstream news media. Even modest sightings create a flood of media coverage. The Wall Street Journal even printed front-page story on the Denver campaign to create and Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, October 29, 2010. But a Google news search on this trillion dollar lawsuit against the Federal Reserve shows no news coverage at all! It is not even mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.
There is also no evidence of comments on the lawsuit from any of the presidential candidates. All this raises even more suspicion. Fortunately, it has been posted on thousands of blogs and web sites that are not controlled by the corporate media.
The interviews with Benjamin Fulford are rich in detail and intrigue. They reveal a deeper motive for World War II and plans for World War III. They also link these wars to the assassination of JFK, 9/11 events, and much more. It is all about the gold!

Yet FOIA request by Canadian researcher prompts question – Did the White House investigate the UFO Extraterrestrial matter during the Clinton administration?
White House Rejects ET Petition
Toronto [ZNN] The White House has broken a 64 year old silence on the UFO/ET matter by publicly and summarily dismissing the Paradigm Research Group Disclosure Petition I – stating there is no credible evidence of an ET presence engaging the planet.
It is important to note that this is the first time the White House has made any formal statement on the UFO/ET issue. This precedent is what many UFO/ET enthusiasts have been waiting  for for decades.
More importantly by responding formally, many UFO analysts feel the White House has not simply recognized that over 17,000 individuals signed petitions demanding action to acknowledge the UFO/ET issue but the Obama administration has now opened the door to a wider public discourse on the reality of the UFO phenomenon and the mountain of evidence supporting this reality.
The White House Statement
In a statement by Phil Larson of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) he said in part, “The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.”
In response PRG Executive Director Stephen G. Bassett has filed Disclosure Petition II demanding that the Obama administration investigate UFO Disclosure efforts during the Clinton administration between the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and billionaire and Clinton friend, Laurance S. Rockefeller.
Did the White House ever examine UFO/ETI information before?
Letters uncovered in a FOIA request by Canadian researcher Grant Cameron show that White House Science Advisor to the President, Dr. Jack Gibbons discussed the UFO extraterrestrial issue as far back as 1993 with billionaire philanthropist Laurance S. Rockefeller, his solicitor Henry Diamond and other White House officials. These correspondences are now in the public domain but remain un-investigated by the press.

In examining these correspondence, ZlandCommunications has learned that one letter from Mr. Rockefeiller to President Bill Clinton indicated Mr. Rockefeller had somehow been made aware that substantial information on UFOs and ETI had been ‘unnecessarily withheld from the public’.
The letter, from Mr. Rockefeller to President Clinton is entitled: ‘Lifting the Secrecy on Information About Extraterrestrial Intelligence as part of the Current Classification Review.’

[Ed. Note: Speculation around how Rockefeller knew information was being withheld is uncertain – however it would not be the first time international or domestic sources of insider information among influential families have been pried loose.]
ZNN has also learned from another letter by Laurance S. Rockefeller to the Science Advisor to President Clinton, Dr. Jack Gibbons that:
At least one meeting was convened to discuss UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence.
From that meeting Laurance Rockefeller learned Dr. Gibbons had not been advised of a ‘body of knowledge on UFOs and ETI… is being withheld from the public’.
According to Dr. Gibbons, it would be ‘most fruitful’ for Rockefeller to seek out UFO/ETI information from the Department of Defense and,
A letter from Laurance S. Rockefeller to President Clinton was crafted to request the President re-assess government policy on UFO/ETI information.
Surprisingly in his statement of  ‘no evidence’, Mr. Larson avoided any mention of White House or OSTP information about UFO or extraterrestrial intelligence disclosure efforts in previous administrations; nor has any of this information ever been made available to the press by the White House.
Despite Mr. Larson’s statement that, “…no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.”, some research analysts remain convinced these correspondences were purposefully sequestered until Mr. Cameron’s FOIA request brought them to light.

During an interview on Toronto’s AM 740 Radio on Sunday Nov 27, PRG Executive Director Stephen G. Bassett, indicated the position of  ‘no credible evidence’ taken by the OSTP is not only fallacious but indefensible.
Mr. Bassett and other researchers in the the UFO/ET Disclosure movement point to a massive compendium of other government documents, witness testimony and admissions as well as notarized documents by former high ranking military officials clearly indicating that the UFO/ET phenomenon has been discussed, analyzed, assessed and sequestered at the highest levels of governance and military authority on the planet.
In its own search, ZlandCommunications has discovered that in addition to the Rockefeller letters, other relevant documents and notarized military witness testimony supporting the existence of UFOs and an ET presence are readily available to the press, the public and all government officials. According to Mr. Bassett, the UFO/ET research community remains adamant that this credible information and former military officers’ witness testimony is more than adequate to call an immediate Congressional Hearing.
The question remains – Why has the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) not done its due diligence in acquiring these documents and testimony, examining them and moving forward with an investigation?
Disclosure Petition II
In response to the OSTP’s rejection of Disclosure Petition I , PRG has filed a second petition exhorting the White House to look into its own records – those of the Clinton administration which clearly show the White House and the OSTP did indeed engage in discussions and correspondence about  the extraterrestrial matter with philanthropist Laurance S. Rockefeller beginning in 1993.

“We petition the Obama Administration to demand a full congressional investigation of UFO/ET Disclosure efforts by the Clinton OSTP – the Rockefeller Initiative.”
The petition goes on to say, “In response to the Disclosure Petition I, the OSTP stated, ‘The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race.
If true, what was the OSTP investigating from March 1993 to October 1996 in concert with billionaire and Clinton friend, Laurance Rockefeller?
Those who knew of and have not spoken publicly of this initiative include: Bill Clinton, Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, Obama transition co-chair John Podesta, Sec. of Defense Leon Panetta, Dr. John Gibbons, Albert Gore and Governor Bill Richardson.”
Is the White House suppressing evidence?
As the result of Mr. Cameron’s confirmation that during the Clinton administration the White House and OSTP under Dr. Jack Gibbons were indeed in discussions with Laurance S. Rockefeller about the UFO/ET matter – and in combination with the refusal by White House and OSTP to acknowledge this information as evidence, four very disturbing possibilities emerge:
The OSTP’s response is yet another blueprint for the current 64 year-old UFO/ET cover-up,
The OSTP along with the White House are completely out of touch with their own intelligence networks, record keeping and infrastructure or,
The White House and the OSTP may be complicit in the suppression of evidence.
Why did President Clinton make the provocativ admission he wanted to know about UFO/ET matters before thousands in Ireland in 1995 directly in the midst of the Rockefeller Letter’s excahnge:Â Predsident Clinton in Ireland 1995
This last point raises serious judicial as well as constitutional questions.
Congressional Investigation now an imperative
It now appears that the Whie House and the current OSTP staff have placed themselves in the very awkward political position. The White House must not only admit the Clinton/Rockefeller letters exist, but it must also concede the Rockefeller Initiative correspondences do constitute proof that multiple members of the Clinton administration White House staff and the Office of Science and Technology Policy were involved in discussions concerning UFOs and extraterrestrials.
[Ed. Note: John Podesta, President Clinton’s Chief of Staff at the time was clearly aware of this situation. So much so that later in 2002 he came forward at the National Press Club in Washington DC to challenge government secrecy on UFOs. He stated, “It is time to open the books… on the question of government investigation of UFOs.”Click here.]
This evidence, in the opinion of many researchers, eliminates any reasonable doubt that the US government had and still maintains a policy of secrecy and denial regarding information about the UFO/ET issue. The continued refusal by the White House to discuss the matter openly or to volunteer any information to the press or the public is yet another indication of a cover-up.
On this basis alone – a public investigation into Rockefeller Initiative letters and Clinton’s role appears not only mandatory but a judicial and congressional imperative.
Conclusion – Journalists must act
One can only conclude that, if allowed to go unscrutinized by the press, the continued White House policy of denial and silence andthe long-proclaimed call for transparency by the Obama administration will be seen for what is it – nothing more than a disingenuous facade.
In the fractious and hyper-frenetic election campaign towards the Presidency, it seems fair to ask – If the Obama administration remains unchallenged by the press on this matter, will the administration ever allow any open discussion about White House involvement with Mr. Rockefeller and the extraterrestrial issue? adding additional gravitas to the suppression of evidence rivaled only by the Nixon administration between 1972 and 1974.
In the event PRG’s Disclosure Petition II reaches the mandatory 25,000 signatures by month’s end, the White House will have to put its mouth where its mandate is… investigate according to the mandate of the “We the People” petition process; placing a large spotlight on the slowly crumbling wall of secrecy it orchestrated some 64 years ago. Will the press then close ranks to take on the White House?
Even without the success of PRG’s petition to examine the Rockefeller Initiative, it is clear the mainstream press has a fiduciary responsibility to bring this matter to forefront of news – forcing accountability onto the highest office in USA.
What are the chances? Some say ‘slim to none’ given the alarming and hermetically sealed power and influence of the White House and its intelligence infrastructure.
Others believe there really are journalists out there who have the capacity to create another Watergate – just when we need it most.

One of NASA’s two Stereo satellites monitoring solar activity captured film footage of what appears to be a huge cylindrical spaceship or UFO mothership, near Mercury on December 1. The spaceship briefly appears after being hit by a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from the Sun. Images of the object reveal it to be cylindrical in shape. Comparison to nearby Mercury suggests it is very large, hundreds of miles long and probably a UFO mothership of some kind. If genuine, and not a photographic artifact as claimed by some scientists, this would not be the first time that a solar CME has revealed cloaked spaceships. Back in August 19, 2011, a CME revealed what appeared to be a tetrahedral energy shield around comet Elenin. For science writer, Richard Hoagland, this was evidence that Elenin was an artificially created object – a spaceship – whose orbit took it near Earth for a specific mission. Now a CME appears to have revealed the energy shield around another spaceship which is gigantic in size and cylindrical in shape. Is NASA’s STEREO satellite film footage evidence of a CME revealing a giant cloaked spacecraft, or is it all just a photographic artifact?

According to the commentary by the Youtube user that uploaded the incident: “It’s cylindrical on either side and has a shape in the middle. It definitely looks like a ship to me, and very obviously, it’s cloaked…What object in space cloaks itself and doesn’t appear until it gets hit by energy from the sun?”
Not so according to two scientists from the Navy Research Laboratory’s solar physics branch who were interviewed by Natalie Wolchover from Life’s Little Mysteries.
According to Russ Howard, head scientist of the NRL group, and Nathan Rich, lead ground systems engineer, it is simply an artifact left over from the way raw HI-1 telescope data gets processed. Rather than a UFO mothership parked near Mercury, the bright spot is “where the planet was on the previous day,

When it was pointed out the UFO appeared to be cylindrical in shape and not spherical like Mercury, Rich provided a photo of Mercury from a day earlier where it appears in raw image data as two lines, that could be easily interpreted as a cylindrical object.
Could the two Navy Research astronomers be wrong in their analysis? It would not be the first time that UFOs have been dismissed by scientists whose explanations of raw data are based on an a priori dismissal of UFOs. Professor J Allen Hynek is one famous example of an astronomer whose analyses of raw scientific data were based on an outright dismissal of any UFO explanation. Hynek eventually recanted many of his earlier views and became a leading proponent of the reality of UFOs. Is it possible that the object captured in the NASA Stereo images is not a photographic light artifact after all? If not an artifact, and instead a giant cylindrical UFO of some kind, what is it, and what is its mission?

The first cylindrical UFOs were captured on film by George Adamski back in 1950. Adamki’s photos showed a cylindrical UFO surrounded by up to five smaller glowing UFOs or what Adamski claimed were scoutcraft. The photos clearly showed the smaller glowing scoutcraft leaving the giant cyclindrical UFO which indicated it was a mothership. Adamski would later claim that he was picked up by one of the scoutcraft and taken on board one of the motherships where he met extraterrestrials from different planetary bases in our solar system. Adamski became world famous though his photos and claims became mired in controversy. There has been growing evidence that some or most of the controversy appeared to be part of a secret campaign to discredit Adamski – what has been termed “Galactic COINTELPRO“.
What appears from a cursory visual inspection to be a giant UFO mothership recorded by a NASA STEREO satellite may be nothing more than an artifact as claimed by two Navy Research Laboratory scientists. On the other hand, if the scientists are wrong and it is a giant cylindrical spacecraft, then its size would suggest that it is a mothership containing many thousands of extraterrestrial residents and their spacecraft. What is their mission? Given that they are cloaked most of the time, and have been observing us for a long time, according to Adamski’s photos, then it can be concluded that their mission is primarily peaceful reconnaissance.

It’s official – an earth-like planet in the habitable region of a distant solar system has just been confirmed to exist. The planet, Kepler-22b, sits in the so-called Goldilocks region of a solar system where it is neither too hot nor too cold for hosting life as we know it. Scientists associated with NASA’s Kepler Space Telescope Project announced the discovery at a Press Conference at the Ames Research Center early on Monday. The scientific results will be published in the next edition of The Astrophysics Journal. The announcement takes the scientific community one step closer to announcing that the conditions for life can be found on numerous exoplanets scattered throughout the galaxy. More importantly, the announcement takes our world one step closer to realizing that extraterrestrial life is not only scientifically feasible, but likely exists throughout our vast galaxy with its more than 300 billion stars. The confirmation of the first habitable exoplanet opens the door to a comprehension discussion of the political and social consequences of the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Such discussion has been mainly limited to the field of exopolitics where researchers have examined claims that extraterrestrials not only exist, but have been secretly monitoring our world; and have even been visiting us since the dawn of the atomic age.
Even though the Kepler mission released news of the discovery of earth like planets in the habitable zone earlier in February 2011, these were only “candidate planets”. Further observations were needed to confirm if what was seen was actually a planet or not. Confirmation did eventually arrive. Here is how William Borucki, a principal investigator at NASA Ames Research and team leader for the discovery of Kepler-22b, described the stunning confirmation:
Fortune smiled upon us with the detection of this planet … The first transit was captured just three days after we declared the spacecraft operationally ready. We witnessed the defining third transit over the 2010 holiday season…. Of the 54 “habitable” zone planet candidates seen so far, Kepler-22b is the first to be confirmed.
Put simply, Kepler-22b was included as a candidate exoplanet soon after the launch of the Kepler Mission in March 2009. Continued observations have confirmed its existence, and opened the door to further announcements of exoplanets to be found in the Goldilocks region of distant solar systems.
NASA’s Press Release gave details about the confirmed exoplanet’s location and orbit:
Kepler-22b is located 600 light-years away. While the planet is larger than Earth, its orbit of 290 days around a sun-like star resembles that of our world. The planet’s host star belongs to the same class as our sun, called G-type, although it is slightly smaller and cooler.
The announcement was made at the Kepler Mission’s inaugural science conference hosted at Ames from December 5-9. Here’s how NASA described the present tally of exoplanets:
The Kepler team is … announcing 1,094 new planet candidate discoveries. Since the last catalog was released in February, the number of planet candidates identified by Kepler has increased by 89 percent and now totals 2,326. Of these, 207 are approximately Earth-size, 680 are super Earth-size, 1,181 are Neptune-size, 203 are Jupiter-size and 55 are larger than Jupiter.
According to Alan Boss, a Carnegie Institute researcher that is part of the Kepler Mission:
This discovery supports the growing belief that we live in a universe crowded with life … Kepler is on the verge of determining the actual abundance of habitable, Earth-like planets in our galaxy’.
The confirmation of Kepler-22b as the first habitable exoplanet opens the door to the study of the social and political consequences of extraterrestrial life. Fortunately, some scientific institutions such as the Royal Society have endorsed such an exopolitical discussion. One likely impact of Kepler-22b is that more scientific institutions will follow the lead of the Royal Society. Eventually, the scientific community will need to examine the vast evidence accumulated over the last six decades, that extraterrestrial life is not only real and found throughout the galaxy, but they have been watching, and even visiting us, for a very long time.
According to the website of the Exopolitics Institute, directed by Dr. Michael E. Salla, “Exopolitics is an interdisciplinary scientific field with its roots in the political sciences that focuses on research, education and public policy with regard to the actors, institutions and processes associated with extraterrestrial (E.T.) life, as well as the wide range of implications this entails through public advocacy and newly emerging paradigms.”
One of the world’s most well respected and active exopolitical analysts is Stephen Bassett, Executive Director of the Bethesda, MD based Paradigm Research Group (PRG) and head of the Extraterrestrial Phenomenon Political Action Committee (X-PPAC) which sponsors exopolitical activities on Capitol Hill, other parts of the U.S., and various locations throughout the world. Since 1996, Bassett has joined with numerous research and advocacy organizations to seek an end to the 64-year government truth embargo regarding unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and the extraterrestrial presence engaging humankind.
One major PRG activity involves President Barack Obama’s “We the People” program through which U.S. Citizens can request that officials “take action on a range of important issues facing our country.” The government’s website states that if a petition of a citizen organization or group gets enough support: “White House staff will review it, ensure it’s sent to the appropriate policy experts and issue an official response.”
Shortly after the “We the People” project was put online, Stephen Bassett penned an extraterrestrial disclosure petition which reads:
We, the undersigned, strongly urge the President of the United States to formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and immediately release into the public domain all files from all agencies and military services relevant to this phenomenon.
After PRG obtained over 12,000 signatures, the petition was accepted by the White House . In an unprecedented article titled “Dear White House: Please Tell Us the Truth About E.T.” (10/18/11) by Wall Street Journal writer Laura Meckler, Bassett said: “The fact is that there is an extraterrestrial presence. I know this because I’m familiar with the research, and a couple of hundred government witnesses have come forward in the last couple years. Acknowledging the E.T. presence is about open government.”
In a November 7, 2011 response to the PRG disclosure petition, White House space policy specialist and spokesperson Phil Larson stated:
Thank you for signing the petition asking the Obama Administration to acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth. The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public eye… Many scientists and mathematicians have looked with a statistical mindset at the question of whether life likely exists beyond Earth and have come to the conclusion that the odds are pretty high that somewhere among the trillions and trillions of stars in the universe there is a planet other than ours that is home to life. Many have also noted, however, that the odds of us making contact with any of them – especially any intelligent ones – are extremely small, given the distances involved. But that’s all statistics and speculation. The fact is we have no credible evidence of extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.
In commenting on the Larson letter, Stephen Bassett said: “This response from the White House is actually the first official response from the executive branch since this exploded in 1947. … One of the things that has stopped the news media from reporting on extraterrestrial matters is that there was no mainstream reason to so. The White House may not realize it, but they’ve created their own interesting issue here.”
Clearly this cursory White House statement will not end exopolitical inquiries concerning the UFO/E.T. problem. With hundreds of credible witnesses such as former U.S. astronaut Edgar Mitchell and retired U.S. Army Sergeant Clifford Stone available to testify to its reality, this very important issue will not go away. According to Mitchell: “There have been E.T. visitations. There have been crashed craft. There have been material and bodies recovered … There have been craft that have been recovered, (and) there has been a certain amount of reverse engineering that has allowed some of these craft or some components to be duplicated.”
Sergeant Stone who served on an Army team that retrieved crashed E.T. crafts has said: ” I am prepared to state that I have been at locations where craft of unknown origin that did not originate on the face of this planet were there. I am prepared to state that while I was there, we saw living and dead bodies of entities that were not born on this planet…. We have contact with aliens not originating from some foreign country, but from some other solar system.”
With witnesses such as Mitchell and Stone available to testify under oath, it is hoped that journalists like Laura Meckler, and others will continue to pursue the UFO/ E.T. issue. There could be a Pulitzer Prize in the offing. Especially if the problem becomes a “Cosmic Watergate”.

The Hidden Hand Dialogue is a set of questions and answers given by a self-described Illuminati insider and members of the Above Top Secret Forum that was recorded in October 2008. The insider responds to questions in a sincere and consistent way, and reveals valuable information about the secret control mechanisms used by an elite group of insiders he calls “The Family”. Among the many insights s/he gives is that the leadership of the family is very much aligned with a group of extraterrestrial visitors. If genuine, the Hidden Hand dialogues provide many answers to how our world is secretly run, how the extraterrestrial question applies to it, and what may happen at the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012. The Hidden Hand dialogue is based on the premise that secret elite groups control our planet and have been doing so for millennia. These elite groups have been described as the Illuminati, the Incunabula, Nephilim, etc., in books such as Rule By Secrecy, Gods of Eden, and The Biggest Secret. The basic idea is that a select group of families with distinct bloodlines have accumulated power and pass this on from one generation to another. In fact, this is precisely how the insider (the “Hidden Hand”) introduces him- or herself, and describes the group to which he belongs:
I am a generational member of a Ruling Bloodline Family… Our Lineage can be traced back beyond antiquity. From the earliest times of your recorded “history”, and beyond, our Family has been ‘directing’ the ‘play’ from behind the scenes, in one way or another. [Note: all Hidden Hand quotes are cited from here]
The Hidden Hand reveals the number of core bloodlines making up “The Family”:
There are 13 ‘base’ or ‘core’ original bloodlines. Yet there are many many other lines that spring from these, as do rivers from the oceans. If you imagine the 13 Original lines as Primary colour, that can be mixed to create a vast array of other colours, then you will have some comprehension. Again, no competition, just Family.
Hidden Hand describes the structure of the ruling bloodlines as follows:
In the grand scheme of things, the Line is not as important as the House, the House, is not as important as the Family. The Family is all. No matter the House or Line, we are One (truly international) Family. Imagine if you will, a body. A House would represent a vital organ or body part within the Body itself. Each part has an important role to play in the functioning of the whole, and to each of us, the ‘whole’ has our undivided loyalty. As I say, many lines, (far more than you are aware of), One Family.
So for example, a particular bloodline, the Rothschilds, is part of a House that controls international finances in this global Family.
Of the thirteen base bloodlines, the Hidden Hand says that only three are indigenous to Earth. The rest have off-world origins, the so called Fallen Angels or Nephilim as described in the Book of Enoch. S/he clearly identifies where the most power is found among the thirteen bloodlines: “I want to be clear on this Bloodline issue. The ones you know, they are of earthly lineage. Yes, they have their place in the Family, but the Real Power lines, do not originate from this planet.
Further clarifying the identity of the most powerful bloodlines, the Hidden Hand says they derive from the “group soul” or entity known as Lucifer:
Our Creator, is the one you refer to as ‘Lucifer’, “The Light Bearer” and “Bright and Morning Star”. Our Creator is not “The Devil” as he has been spuriously portrayed in your bible. Lucifer is what you would call a “Group Soul” or “Social Memory Complex”, which has evolved to the level of the Sixth Density…. In appearance, were you to gaze upon Lucifer’s fullest expression of our Being, the appearance would be that of a Sun or a “Bright Star”. Or, when stepping down into a 3rd Density vibration, we would appear as what you may term an ‘Angel’ or ‘Light Being’.
So while the Family is led by ten extraterrestrial bloodlines, all thirteen bloodlines see themselves as physical manifestations of Lucifer – a highly evolved spiritual being who has taken on the assignment of creating a negative polarity which gives humanity the opportunity to evolve by making better moral choices. While this admission would lead to fundamentalist Christians describing the Family as devil worshippers, and extraterrestrials as demons, the Hidden Hand is suggesting that Lucifer is performing a form of spiritual service. Importantly, as I discuss later, the Family and its Luciferian power structure, is also a problem for extraterrestrial civilizations. This is how the Hidden Hand justifies why The Family engages in behaviors that many describe as evil:
[W]e need a very high percentage of Negative Polarity, if we are to achieve a Negative Harvest. In other words, we have to be Self-Service-Centred to an extreme degree, in order to become Negatively Harvested. This is why we work so hard to be as Negatively Polarized as we possibly can be,
Put simply, this means that the more highly negative or “evil” the Family is in maintaining its control over the rest of humanity, the more likely that the Family can achieve its ultimate goal. While this appears paradoxical, the Hidden Hand elaborates a complex philosophy as to why this is so.
Understand, that we HAVE to be Negative. That’s what we were sent here to be. It is our contract, and it has always been to help you, by providing the “Catalyst” I spoke of earlier.
By “catalyst,” the Hidden Hand means performing actions that force the rest of humanity to make important moral choices. He explains further:
[W]e must be as Negatively Polarized as possible. Service to Self in the extreme. Violence, War, Hatred, Greed, Control, Enslavement, Genocide, Torture, Moral Degradation, Prostitution, Drugs, all these things and more, they serve our purpose.
This is how the Family sanctions such highly negative behaviors as ritual human sacrifice, and child abuse as documented by researchers such as John DeCamp. The ultimate goal is to awaken humanity to take actions to stop these negative things from happening.
Stanley Kubrick’s final movie, Eyes Wide Shut, revealed the power and rituals of the Illuminati/The Family. Kubrick was found dead shortly after its completion
Basically, the Hidden hand claims that the Family is teaching humanity to be more empathic. For most, empathy is a defining characteristic of our humanity. Not caring for others suffering from deprivation, acts of violence, would make us less than human. For those belonging to the Family, empathy is something that would hold one back on the path to “negative polarity” which, paradoxically, will help humanity become more empathic. The paradox here is described by the Hidden Hand:
The ultimate paradox in all this, is that in this storyline we are all co-creating together, in order for us to be of the most Service to you, we must be utterly self serving. I do so love our Creator’s sense of irony.
In answer to a question about a race of extraterrestrials called “Reptilians” being the real power group on the planet, the Hidden Hand claimed: “We are most certainly NOT Reptilian, and there is nothing remotely reptilian about the True Power Bloodlines.” This is an important admission by the Hidden Hand. While the most powerful elements of the Family are extraterrestrials, the Reptilian species has nothing to do with the real power behind the Family. This is contrary to what authors such as David Icke have been claiming that our world is secretly controlled by Reptilian entities. What the Hidden Hand is suggesting instead is that there is a Luciferian group soul that is working in our Galaxy that has established power not only on our planet, but on other worlds. Reptilian worlds under the influence of the Family, or Luciferian entity, would be as highly manipulated as our own by off-world bloodlines. In other words, just as the Family has historically manipulated nations of our world into countless wars that increase the power of the Family, so too the Family has played a similar role in fomenting galactic wars. In short, the Hidden Hand has not only revealed the secret power structure that manipulates life on our planet, but also the power structure that dominates many planets in our galaxy and beyond. This appears uncannily similar to the Star Wars saga where a group of dark spiritual entities called the Sith secretly infiltrate and take over political and spiritual organizations in the Galaxy. If the Hidden Hand and his Luciferian peers belong to something similar to the Sith, is there a positive counterpart similar to the Jedi Knights? This is how the Hidden Hand describes the modern equivalent of the Jedi Knights – a positive polarity “Family”:
There is such a family (or group more accurately), but you cannot see them, and neither are you aware of their existence. They help the planet from a secret “Inner” location, by the Quality of the Energy work they engage in and project outward to you, from the Source.
How accurate and genuine is the Hidden Hand? In terms of some predictions, s/he was way off. E.g.,
San Francisco and Damascus, will be uninhabitable by the end of 2010, possibly even sooner… There will be raging tsunamis and widespread devastation; and a solar emission in late 2009 early 2010 that will cause major melting of the ice caps, and subsequent drastic rise in sea levels, leaving many (international) metropolitan areas underwater.
These failed predictions suggest that, even if genuine, the Hidden Hand and the Family are not infallible when it comes to predicting and/or controlling world events. In terms of philosophy, the Hidden Hand dialogue is very consistent with the RA material which is the most widely cited set of channeled materials on the planet. The RA material (1981-1984) was the first to introduce concepts such as negative and positive polarities, densities, a Harvest around 2012, and social memory complexes that are repeatedly cited by the Hidden Hand. The RA material also revealed that it was possible for a group of entities to spiritually evolve through densities by negative activities. This idea is unique to the RA material, and appears counter intuitive at first, but has a solid philosophical background to it. In terms of agenda, the Hidden Hand says that s/he has been instructed to participate in revealing the truth of Earth’s hidden rulers since this is a requirement for the upcoming “Harvest.” In the Harvest, all individuals are tested for their core ethical orientation for whether they evolve or not out of our third density existence, into a more refined fourth density.
The End of the Mayan Calendar (approximately December 2012) is claimed to be when the Harvest occurs. Individuals then get to decide what is most important in their lives – the polarities of “service to self” or “service to other”. Those in the middle, who haven’t yet chosen a polarity, are at real risk during the Harvest according to the Hidden Hand and also in the RA material. The agenda behind the Hidden Hand’s revelation therefore appears to be very plausible given what has been described in the RA material. Most importantly, the agenda may not be exclusive to Earth, but also applies to extraterrestrial worlds where “The Family” has great influence.
So what can one conclude from the Hidden Hand dialogue? In my opinion, it is a genuine revelation by an insider belonging to an organization called “The Family” that has both Earthly human and extraterrestrial membership. The Family has been secretly involved in ruling both the Earth and other planets through highly placed elites in key social and political institutions. No one extraterrestrial race is the nexus of negative activities as mistakenly claimed by Icke and others. The nexus of evil (or negative polarity) comes from a Luciferian entity or group soul that has physically manifested itself in terms of an elite called “The Family.” Humanity and extraterrestrial civilizations have similar problems in dealing with “The Family” which has succeeded in attaining power to varying degrees in their respective societies, especially so as we witness the end of the Mayan Calendar around 2012.
It is just as difficult for the uninitiated public to comprehend the word “Disclosure†as it is to comprehend the words “UFO†and “ET”; why? Because of the various “elitist†driven processes put in place specifically designed to misdirect public attention through manipulation of societal institutions, preventing a revolution involving free energy and exotic technologies, powerful enough to unmask, unseat and destroy the “military metaphysic†and its complicit oil industry partners, who coat every aspect of geopolitical activity on this planet.
It is estimated that around 4.5billion people are deliberately left out of the world economy, kept poor, squashed under the weight of an economic feudal pyramid, within which pharmaceutical companies have used humans as lab rats, countries exploited, mineral wealth stolen, governments corrupted and bonded as slaves through the fractional banking system that prints money out of thin air, simultaneously creating a never ending debt.
During the recent Philippines UFO Conference, hosted by Tony Israel and Ed Neri, founders of the UFO Society of the Philippines, the writer’s presentation, titled “Pillars of the Worldview†was designed to shock the attending audience of spiritual leaders, retired army personal and the general public, into realizing just why it is that the whole world including the Philippines are in a state of financial and economic chaos with limited perspectives on all matters relating to the global media truth embargo with regard to the ET presence here on planet Earth. The presentation put into place the fundamentals that cocoon the UFO and ET reality and methods used by the global elite to obfuscate information associated with the ET issue.

In explaining the seven pillars of the worldview it was important to explain firstly, the meaning of “elites†and how they are able to move with impunity between three important structures; Military, Financial and Political, holding interlocking directorships between all. “These elites in the “big three” institutional orders have an “uneasy” alliance based upon their “community of interests” driven by the “military metaphysic,” which has transformed the economy into a ‘permanent war economyâ€.
Harvard Professor of Psychiatry, Dr John Mack described the “politics of ontologyâ€, how a small group was able to determine what was real and what was not real within our reality. The writer chose 7 pillars that he thought would be enough to prove that the politics of ontology had caused almost irreparable damage to the psych of mankind, effectively holding up his spiritual, cognitive and technological evolution.

Processes within the chosen 7 Pillars of the Worldview, overlay the others, forming an impenetrable psychological barrier which retards human cognitive abilities; the knowledge that higher life forms exist, that we are and have always been visited by ETs, that ET technology is being back engineered, that technology transfer programs are taking place between humans and ETs, that our press censors most of our reality and is owned by the elites, that the Federal Reserve is private and our intelligence services have been running counter intelligence programs [COINTELPRO] since the late 1940’s; the crash at Roswell , new Mexico in 1947 and the arrival of the Space Brothers in the early 1950’s.
The audience realized that as soon as they left the auditorium, they would be stepping out into a controlled environment, now armed with the exopolitical knowledge that the future depends on their own actions and how they would disseminate what they had learned. Some attendees questioned Project Bluebook, The Robinson Panel, the Condon report and many other false flag operations designed to keep the illusions in place. They wondered if they actually played a part in the entrapment of humanity by being politically passive.

A retired military officer approached the writer, concerned that there had been no Exopolitical conferences in the Philippines that could have educated the public earlier; “It could perhaps have saved us from exploitation by our own leaders, who have plundered our economic wealth and natural resources into their own pockets, whilst keeping us poor and ignorant of possible relationships with other more advanced friendly worldsâ€â€. The writer agreed with the retired officer that Disclosure of the ET presence could never come from the Governments, most of all the US Government. The power structures of the 7 Pillars ensured that. The Officer then stated; “nobody in power would ever give up that power for the benefit of humanityâ€. He then placed his hand on his chin clenching it in frustration and said;
“Think of the green revolution and technological change in paradigm that would take place on this planet; think of all those billions of poor people with hidden talent that could be brought into a new world economy if only the people were told the truth. It is unfathomable for me to even guess what technology the military have from the ETs, hidden to prevent the world from having fresh water, food and jobs for all and end the reliance on oil; Some of these points that you mentioned in your Exopolitics lecture would end scarcity and war on this planet – our universities need to introduce Exopolitics as an essential part of their syllabusâ€.
The final speaker was author of the book, “A Herald for the Space Brothersâ€, Gerard Aartson who delivered  an uplifting and extremely informative presentation on Adamski, the Space People and Ascended Masters; a tonic for the audience and gateway to a new climate of optimism for the future. Aartson explained historical aspects of positive ETs and how they operate using advanced physics with which they can transition from one frequency of existence to another and of their understanding of physical matter, not just our 3D solids, liquids, gas and plasma but a further 3 etheric states of matter.

The Conference ended with Aartsen’s assurance that one day we would all benefit from our mentoring ET brothers, who would enable every family to be in possession of a small power unit in their homes to provide unlimited free energy from the cosmos. Aartsen assured all that the ETs would make themselves known to the public at the right time, speaking to all in their own language.
Toronto[ZNN] – Wall Street may be occupied but the prestigious Wall Street Journal is indeed ‘occupied’ by matters of the Extraterrestrial kind. The Wall Street Journal, America’s esteemed and largest selling newspaper by circulation, has made a daring editorial decision to cover the We the People Petition to the White House to acknowledge an ET presence now engaging the planet.
In light of a precedent setting on-line article by WSJ journalist Laura Meckler, there appears to be an unambiguous move by the ownership of the WSJ [News Corporation] to expose what the government may be withholding about the matter of extraterrestrials. Her article may represent the first real attempt in contemporary mainstream journalism to expose the US government’s wall of secrecy around the UFO/ET issue and reveal the powerful political and national security implications of the UFO/ET issue.
Meckler wrote: “When the White House promised to answer citizen petitions on the most pressing problems of the day, it may not have had extraterrestrial life in mind.â€
In Meckler’s interview with Stephen G. Bassett – sponsor of the ET petition, Bassett said: “The fact is that there is an extraterrestrial presence. I know this because I’m familiar with the research and a couple of hundred government witnesses have come forward in the last couple of years. Acknowledging this E.T. presence is about open government.”
Yet many still ask:
Might the government be asking for trouble by allowing this petition to move into the White House and perhaps onto the desk of the President of the United States?
Will this bold effort by the WSJ be thwarted by a political ‘end-run’ to eliminate any public discourse about government secrecy surrounding an extraterrestrial presence that might underscore the serious political and national security implications of America’s inability to control what is occurring in the airspace said to be dominated by their Air Force?
And – why has a US Congressman decided not to reveal national security information in his possession about ICBMs being compromised by craft of unknown origin over American nuclear installations?
This precarious set of escalating questions presents a Pandora’s Box to the White House and the many intell-agencies that manage the truth embargo – one they will not want to open.
Meckler has also established that White House petition officials are bound by the terms of petition guidelines to consider those that reach 5,000 signatures. The ET petition has more than qualified. To date the ET petition has accumulated over 11,212 signatures and ranks 20th in over-all petitions.

In the article, Meckler wrote: “Asked which official or agency would tackle the E.T. question, Mr. Phillips [director of digital strategy at the White House] said it would be decided at a meeting the next day. Asked after the meeting who drew the assignment, a spokesman said they wouldn’t be commenting until the official response is ready. What about that truth embargo? ‘You’re going to have to wait,’ Mr. Phillips said.” Political psycho-babble or clear intention to move a long a continuum of truth?
A spokesperson for an international UFO Disclosure group told ZlandCommunications, “In secret vaults, scores of government documents have been uncovered by a world-wide network of researchers leaving no doubt whatsoever – the UFO/ET matter has been discussed at the highest levels of governance for over 60 years – not only in the USA but in other major G20 countries. It is clear that America’s largest selling newspaper has opened a serious fissure in the government’s wall of secrecy; one that the government cannot renege upon. Who is Next?
In the USA, local CBS, NBC and ABC affiliates and larger mainstream news organizations like Fox News, CNN and the History Channel are picking up on UFO sighting reports. Does this graduated and escalating form of coverage reveal a trend in wider and more intense exposure of the UFO/ET issue?
Now that the Wall Street Journal has stepped forward – it remains to be seen which other mainstream news outlet might be next to press the White House for answers to sensitive political and national security questions behind the intense governmental secrecy concerning UFOs. Or, will government find a way to bury the massive on-line and print circulation coverage by the Wall Street Journal of the ET matter and purge this politically explosive yet burgeoning petition from the democratic process?
One can only surmise that if the venerated Wall Street Journal has taken on the political implications of the UFO/ET issue, can American television’s most prestigious and popular investigative news program, 60 Minutes on CBS be next to take up the gauntlet?
Congressman in Possession of UFO/ET Affidavits
One place to start for 60 Minutes would be the office of Republican Congressman Peter King. As reported in March 2011 by ZlandCommunications, Congressman Peter King – Chair of the House Homeland Security Committee – already has in his possession sufficient national security information about the UFO/ET issue to put the White House Petition over the 25,000 mark. Seven notarized documents by former ranking military officers concerning unauthorized incursions over nuclear installations and missile shut-downs by craft of unknown origin were sent to the Congressman in December 2010 by ZlandCommunications.
These craft – according to affidavits by base launch commanders – were responsible for disabling dozens of ICBMs.
ZlandCommunications is unaware if Congressman King or any of his constituents have signed the White House ET petition or if King has made any attempt to bring these documents to the attention of the President, Congress or the Homeland Security Committee which he chairs.

Summary

A White House initiative called We the People gives American citizens the opportunity to petition the President on matters of national concern.
Last night Stephen G. Bassett Executive Director of the Paradigm Research Group announced on The Conspiracy Show with Richard Syrett the inauguration of the Disclosure Petition designed by Bassett to have people, from all over the USA and from within the international community, affirm their conviction that extraterrestrial civilizations are engaging the human race.
Bassett and his supporters remain convinced the Extraterrestrial issue needs to be on the President’s desk and formally acknowledged by him.
The petition states:
“We the undersigned, strongly urge the President of the United States to formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and immediately release into the public domain all files from all agencies and military services relevant to this phenomenon.”
Five thousand signatories are needed to advance the petition for consideration by White House officials. To date, that many and more signatures have already been achieved since the petition’s posting – virtually in a matter of hours.
But according to Bassett, 5,000 signatories are not nearly enough. Bassett wants more; thousands if not millions more individuals need to sign the petition in order to create a critical mass of public opinion that will constitute this issue as one of global and historical significance – one that can no longer be dismissed, ignored or ridiculed.
He stated on The Conspiracy Show with Richard Syrett last night; “We want this disclosure petition to go viral because opinion polls indicate 50% of Americans believe there is an ET presence and more than 80% believe the government is not telling the truth about this phenomenon.”
If Bassett is right – any way the math is done – will translate into millions of people world-wide acknowledging the time is right to open the books on the UFO/ET matter.
Bassett also urged journalists to get on board by exposing this issue and profiling the Disclosure Petition in the mainstream press. According to Bassett this could create a media frenzy like none ever experienced by the press. “Getting big media and the entire social media involved is key.” Bassett stated.

Comet Elenin's current position - Sept 3, 2011. JPL

According to an increasing number of astronomers including its discoverer, Comet Elenin (C/2010 X1) has begun disintegrating. It was hit directly by a coronal mass ejection (CME) from the sun on August 19, and soon began loosing visibility – suggesting it was breaking up. In contrast, respected science author Richard C. Hoagland claims that an unmistakable tetrahedral energy shield was displayed by Elenin during the CME confirming beyond any doubt that it is indeed an artificial structure – a space ship. Hoagland claims that reports that Elenin has disintegrated are part of a disinformation campaign to distract the public away from Elenin’s artificial nature, and the world changing message it has for humanity. The latest satellite images of Elenin showing its uninterrupted passage from the CME, no breaking apart, and clearly displaying some kind of triangular energy shield appear to support Hoagland’s claims.
On August 30, an Australian astronomer, Michael Mattiazzo, compared photographs from the Stereo HI1-B satellite over a ten day period after the CME hit Elenin on August 19, and wrote:
You can see that comet Elenin was ahead of expectation but suddenly experienced a dramatic fade on August 20. This type of fading event usually means that the comet is in the process of disintegrating on its way towards perihelion and will no longer be potentially observable with the unaided eye. This happens quite regularly with comets.
He showed a number of images showing Elenin’s appearance before and after the CME hit. Here are two selected by Spaceweather.com that appear to show significant diminishing of Elenin’s light.
On his website, Mattiazzo has displayed a graph (click image on right for close up) tracking Elenin’s luminosity, and what was projected for it during key dates during its passage through the inner solar system.
Various astronomers began a series of articles claiming that Elenin was disintegrating and wouldn’t survive perihelion – the closest approach to the sun. Here’s what a story on Universetoday.com said on August 29:
Astronomers monitoring Comet Elenin have noticed the comet has decreased in brightness the past week, and the coma is now elongating and diffusing. Some astronomers predict the comet will disintegrate and not survive perihelion, its closest approach to the Sun.
Most recently, on September 3, Leonid Elenin, the first to observe the comet and after whom it was named, wrote:
Now it is absolutely clear that the comet’s drop in brightness, first noted by Michael Mattiazzo on Aug. 20th, was not coincidental – the decay process had already begun, and over the course of the next several days the comet changed greatly. Its pseudo-nucleus became diffuse and extended, and later vanished completely. On images from Sept. 1st in the comet’s coma there was no condensation visible, and that meant the comet had already broken up into fairly small pieces, with a maximum size of not more than a hundred meters.
Aside from the apparent diminishing of luminosity and alleged break up of Elenin caused by the August 19 CME, something else happened on that date. According to Richard Hoagland, an unmistakable energy shield appeared. Hoagland writes:
Here is the latest Enterprise Elenin imaging — produced from an original NASA STEREO-B satellite video, the latter recorded during Elenin’s recent encounter with a solar CME (coronal mass ejection), August 19th. The new image-composite (made from THREE “40-second HI-1 camera frames”) reveals several additional, startling details about Elenin’s now strikingly “tetrahedral shield” (which we discovered only last week) — that is apparently protecting “Elenin the spacecraft” (deep inside this shield) from excess solar radiation…. The full dimensions of this extraordinary “geometric force structure” now measures more than ~300,000 miles along each edge — more than 1.5 times the distance of Earth from the Moon! Needless to say, there is NO QUESTION now regarding the artificial nature of this object/structure …

Hoagland released the above mentioned image composite on the Coast to Coast radio show showing the huge tetrahedral shield around Elenin revealed by the CME. The original video footage upon which it is based is found here.
The latest series of Stereo HI1-B images tracking Elenin show that it has not broken up at all, and that a triangular geometric formation did briefly appear during during a CME. This has been released on a September 2 video just released on Youtube (see below) – that tracked Elenin from August 22-30. The video also appears to confirm that Elenin’s luminosity diminished for a period of time, which is contrary to what was projected for it in Mattiazzo’s graph, and led to his conclusion that it was breaking up and would not survive perihelion – closest approach to the sun on September 11. Yet the August 22-30 satellite data shows that claims of Elenin’s break up may not be as conclusive as first thought, despite the period of diminishing luminosity recorded by Mattiazzo. In fact, Elenin appears to have regained luminosity during its passage suggesting that there is some other explanation for what was earlier observed.
Also relevant is a series of You tube videos that claimed Comet Elenin had been hit by some kind of plasma explosion from the direction of Jupiter on August 28, and had split in two. The problem was that apparent plasma explosion was little more than a camera anomaly resulting from Jupiter leaving Stereo HI1 B’s field of view. The same anomaly has been observed for Venus and other planets earlier, and even explained on the Stereo website. Also, the reported break-up of Elenin in two witnessed in the video was false. What the footage actually showed was Elenin briefly passing over another stellar object giving the appearance that Elenin was breaking into two. This might all have been a simple mistake on the part of some overzealous author, or part of a disinformation campaign that Elenin has broken apart.
The recent conflicting conclusions on comet Elenin do appear to be a premature dismissal of it as a weak insignificant comet about to break up, or having already broken up as its discoverer now believes due to a drop in its brightness. In contrast, the tetrahedral geometric structure observed by Hoagland suggests that it is more than just an ordinary comet, and in fact is an artificial object protected by an advanced geometric energy shield – a space ship. If Elenin is not a comet but an artificial structure, that may explain changes in its brightness. This may be why there appears to be so much disinformation surrounding Comet Elenin trying to deflect public interest from it. Hoagland’s claims, startingly as they are, appear to be supported by the most recent satellite images of Elenin showing a unique geometric structure surrounding it. Indeed, something extraordinary may be about to happen as Elenin approaches its September 11 perihelion, and other key dates during its passage between the Earth and Sun.
There are few books I have read that both entertained and disturbed me. The Grandest Deception by Dr. Jack Pruett is assuredly one of them.
From the preface, through the opening chapters and well into the book itself Dr. Pruett kept me turning the pages not only by heaving disquieting opinions this reader’s way but also by hurling convincing – if not totally unarguable points of view about politics, economics, extraterrestrials and UFOs, religion, mankind’s origins and the nature of reality itself.
Where does one begin when one attempts to overthrow the belief system of an entire civilization? Dr. Pruett begins, ‘In the beginning…’ by rattling civilization’s very core.
One of the core pillars of the Judeo-Christian belief system is the Bible. In essence the Bible has always been portrayed in ancient and modern times as the divine and historical relationship of God with mankind – the Word of God. Countries have been founded on this premise; churches of all Christian denominations have used the Bible to disseminate the Word of God.
Irrespective of one’s belief system and according to biblical scholars from St. Thomas Aquinas to Billy Graham, the Bible represents the only divinely revealed foundation and guide depicting God’s relationship with mankind. Few other writings have predisposed humanity’s intellectual, political and religious development in such an influential and pervasive manner.
Until now.
After a modest preface and without wasting too much of the reader’s time Dr. Pruett states in the first chapter of his work: “The Bible is not a story about God or the Supreme Being. The Bible is a story about the Annunaki. That my friend is the grandest deception and has far-reaching implications.â€
Dr. Pruett’s book is essentially concerned with these far-reaching implications – the Annunaki’s imposition of slavery on this newly created species to mine gold in servitude to a race of beings from a planet called Niburu.
One could well contend that this bold statement and the many interpretations that follow are abjectly frivolous or quixotic. However, coming from someone who at one time taught scripture, has graduated with a medical degree in obstetrics and gynecology and who has seen life emerge from the womb over five thousand times, the above statement about the Holy Book struck my mind’s eye like a shaft of piercing light… I had to read more.
In addition to its central argument about the nature of the Bible, Dr. Pruett’s work speaks to a whole host of global, historical and societal issues.
In detailing these issues Dr. Pruett employs an elaborate mixture of speculation and evidence to express his contention the planet and our civilization are essentially doomed. He argues the belief systems used to establish our civilization as a planetary genus are seriously flawed and, without a major reconstruction, we as a species are off to hell in a hand-basket.
Dr. Pruett weaves the threads of a grand deception through an historical tapestry; an alarming lattice of ideas many will dispute. However he quite adequately depicts our wanton and mounting incapacity to deal with an adversarial and dysfunctional political and judicial system of governance. Pruett also points to humanity’s lethargy in excising the ascendancy and dominance exerted on all of us by a sinister and elitist economic system; one that fans the flames of warfare and ethnic violence.
The reader is left with the distinct impression that Dr. Pruett believes the primordial servitude imposed on mankind by the Annunaki and the slavery modern institutions engender at all levels, have spawned a citizenry deluded into believing everything will be ‘just fine’ if we just let the rich and powerful manage things while we all look the other way.
Moving from his primary premise that mankind was not created by a single god or multiple gods but was created by ancient astronauts from another planet, to his bold condemnations of the Federal Reserve, governments, religion, secret societies and other social institutions – Pruett quite effectively illustrates how the tapestry has become a web of incredulous deception. Even the figure in the New Testament known as Jesus Christ and His role in the deception does not escape the scrutiny of Dr. Pruett.
The book is divided into two parts: Part One – The Grandest Deception and Part Two – The Grandest Rebellion. Part Two begins with a somber eye-opener that spirituality is not contingent upon a belief in a God or a Jesus. Dr. Pruett then suggests what amounts to insurrection by engaging humanity in a rebellion towards freedom by ridding America of the Federal Reserve Bank and the ruthless monetary ganglia embedded in a global financial warfare system that has the planet in a strangle hold.
Dr. Pruett pulls no punches as he insists pervasive radical change is a terrestrial imperative. His invitation to readers to dialogue with him about this need for radical change illustrates not only his commitment to change but his drive to attain it.
Notwithstanding the earth-shaking journey that Dr. Pruett takes his readers in this provocative work, two things will occur. First, his analysis will be roundly criticized. Secondly, you will turn the pages as frenetically as I did to see where he takes you next on the journey. This book is indeed an act of political courage.

Tripoli has fallen to a rebel advance and freedom loving people in Libya and around the world are celebrating the fall of Muammar Gaddafi. A cause for celebration given Gaddafi’s four decades old eccentric hold over Libya. Not so according to a giant in the alternative media – Alex Jones. Jones is a champion of the 911 Truth movement, and indeed the first to expose 911 as a false flag operation. Alex Jones has been at the forefront of efforts to warn the American public about the dangers of an unchecked police state, unfettered corporate power, secretive groups, and exploitative international banking. Jones’ websites, Infowars.com and Prisonplanet.com are filled with articles that broadly fall under the rubric of anti-globalism. Globalists, according to Jones and supporters, are those advocating the formation of a New World Order wherein government authority is centralized around the planet. A New World Order would be one wherein big government, big corporations and secretive organizations such as the Bilderberg Group dominate international politics and finances.
According to Jones, globalists use cherished U.S. Constitutional principles such as democracy and rule of law as fig leaves for the ever-steady effort to centralize life all over the planet into a future fascist, corporatist state. That’s why the Arab Spring, where young Arab protestors overthrow despots who have held power for decades, is criticized by Jones as a sham. The real agenda is to remove Arab dictators opposed to globalists now ready to expand into the Arab world in order to promote international banking, corporate penetration, etc.
Jones stance on the Arab Spring and support for dictators appears odd at first given mainstream media coverage of events in Libya, Egypt, Syria and elsewhere, but is consistent with the anti-globalism Jones espouses. For Jones, better the little devil of Arab dictators firmly controlling their populations, than the big devil of globalists adding the Arab world to their international balance sheets. So the big question becomes, is Jones right? In many respects, Jones is insightful in his geo-political analysis, yet fails in a major way to understand the underlying dynamics driving international politics and events such as the Arab Spring. He fails to seriously consider the question of extraterrestrial life, and how an exopolitics perspective would change the way we view geo-political events.
Alex Jones, like many media personalities with large listening audiences, has largely sidestepped the question of extraterrestrial life. Jones has avoided immersing himself into controversies of whether or not extraterrestrial life is visiting our world and whether a “Cosmic Watergate†is occurring. Instead, he has considered the possibility that a fake alien invasion can be staged, and has publicly commented about an alien false flag operation. Jones position here is both consistent and cautious. He acknowledges that a false flag operation featuring alien life could be done with holographic technologies, without acknowledging that extraterrestrial life is real and is being covered up. In this cautious way, Jones has introduced his audience to the alien issue, but solely in the context of a possible future false flag operation. This is where Jones’ caution prevents him from seeing the bigger picture. That is visiting extraterrestrial life has been interacting with governments, corporations, military and private citizens for at least six decades. The policies implemented to shield all this from the world public all fall under the rubric of ‘exopolitics’ – the politics of extraterrestrial life.
The field of exopolitics is vast in its implications across all aspects of human life, and directly impacts on Jones’ central concern of the dangers of globalism. For Jones, globalism is driven by the avarice of international bankers and transnational corporations wanting to penetrate and control new markets and populations. That’s true to an extent, and we have much to learn from Jones and his supporters in that regard. If Jones, however, peeled back the onion layers a little more he would find a deeper dynamic behind globalism. A powerful factor behind globalism is the need for those in control of the extraterrestrial issue – to gain control over any extraterrestrial artifacts, knowledge or contacts found throughout the planet. The best way of understanding exopolitics is to consider that for at least six decades, major governments and militaries have worked secretly together to gain intelligence and conduct counter-intelligence on extraterrestrial life and technology. In addition, covert operations have been led around the planet wherever any information, technology or contact with extraterrestrials has occurred.
Organizations such as the Bilderburg Group, Council of Foreign Relations, etc., have played key roles by providing the intellectual firepower on how such a network of intelligence, counter-intelligence and covert operations can be conducted without the world’s populations learning about it. Globalism, in that respect, provides a very useful process for being able to conduct such operations across international borders. More importantly, international cooperation on the extraterrestrial issue has led to the creation of a “breakaway civilization†in highly classified underground and undersea bases. According to some credible sources, there are even human colonies on the moon, Mars and beyond. For many readers that might appear to be sheer science fiction. Yet once thorough research is conducted, the conclusion is inescapable.
The existence of a breakaway civilization is one of the great failings of contemporary world politics, and especially for progressive thinkers who have eschewed serious discussion of the extraterrestrial issue. The most advanced technologies known to humanity have been secretly developed and used in vast network of classified projects without any kind of oversight by representative government institutions, media or population. So where does Jones and his take on the dangers of globalism fit into this exopolitics picture?
Globalism is simply a process that can be used for good or evil depending on how it is managed by those with the most influence in directing and controlling it. In making globalism the big devil of the progressive movement and alternative media, Jones errs. He makes the profound mistake of not recognizing that it is how globalism is currently being managed that is the problem. Globalism can be a very good thing in monitoring and regulating international practices, especially when it comes to introducing transparency and accountability into the classified programs that have been conducted for decades around the planet. Humanity has a need-to-know what technologies have been secretly developed. This will require transparency not only in classified military programs; but, more importantly, classified corporate programs around the planet that defy oversight by any government or military agency. In the United States alone, the amount of black budget funds siphoned by the CIA into this network of deep black programs was estimated to be up to 1.7 trillion a year over the three year period from 1998 to 2000.
The reflexive anti-globalist stance, taken by Alex Jones and supporters has the unintended consequence of facilitating the continued secrecy that makes possible classified military and corporate programs across international borders. An anti-globalist ‘every country mind-their-own business’ approach encourages opacity and unaccountability across international borders. Anti-globalism eschews international cooperation and the strengthening of multilateral institutions such as the United Nations and International Criminal Court. At the same time, one needs to be wary that globalism is not hijacked in order to facilitate corporations and military programs seeking to secretly manage even more extraterrestrial information and contact all over the planet. Done correctly, globalism can help expose and bring to account those responsible for hiding how advanced extraterrestrial technologies have been secretly developed and used.
Supporting peoples struggling for democratic governments such as we are witnessing in Libya, Syria and other Arab Spring countries is an important means for promoting transparency and accountability across international borders. Alex Jones reflexive anti-globalist agenda not only unintentionally supports recalcitrant dictators in the Arab world, but also aids those that have secretly controlled a vast complex of secret projects and covert operations focused on extraterrestrial life and technology. The world has a need-to-know what has secretly happened behind the closed doors of highly classified compartmentalized alien related projects spanning the globe. We should not be afraid of globalism. Wisely embraced, globalism can bring about the kind of transparency and accountability across international borders needed to protect humanity’s freedoms well into the 21st century
Extraterrestrial contact where humanity is almost destroyed to protect the ecosystem
There has been a flurry of recent stories by The Guardian and other major world media about the possible benefits or harm that may occur after contact with advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. The stories were sparked by a scientific study published in the June/July edition of Acta Astronautica. Titled, “Would Contact with Extraterrestrials Benefit or Harm Humanity? A Scenario Analysis†the study examines a number of scenarios concerning extraterrestrial contact. It adopts the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) paradigm that intelligent extraterrestrial life has not yet been discovered, and that scientific modalities such as radio signals are among the most feasible ways of establishing communications. The study examines the FERMI paradox, first established by Enrico Fermi, that alien life should be abundant in our galaxy, but he asked “where are they?â€
Responses to the Fermi Paradox by the authors leads to three possible scenarios. The last scenario examined is the Zoo hypothesis that Aliens may be studying us remotely or invisibly, reminiscent of the non-interference principle popularized by the Star Trek series as the Prime Directive. They explain: “ETI are treating Earth like a wildlife preserve to be observed but not fully incorporated into the Galactic Club.â€
The main purpose of the study (which I’ll abbreviate as “A Scenario Analysis” – full paper is here) is to answer the question: “If contact between humans and ETI is possible, then it is important to consider the capability of ETI to cause us benefit or harm†(p.6) In stressing the importance of the question, they go on to point out: “we do have a compelling reason to believe that ETI would be significantly stronger than us and therefore highly capable of causing our total destruction.â€
The authors go on to consider extraterrestrial ethics. They write:
If ETI are significantly more advanced than humanity, then the outcome of contact may depend primarily on ETI desires. However, this leaves open speculation as to the specific desires of ETI and raises the question of what ethical framework they follow. Much can be said about ETI ethics. Here we focus on one key aspect: selfishness vs. universalism (p. 7).
In response, the authors examine three broad motivations or ethics of extraterrestrials. Basically, extraterrestrials would fall into categories of the good, the bad, or the indifferent leading to three broad scenarios. Considerable discussion is given to each scenario, and the benefits or harm to humanity. Of special interest is the possibility that “good extraterrestrialsâ€, may decide to wipe out humanity for a higher good such as preserving the eco-system. This frightening scenario was vividly demonstrated in the 2008 remake of the Sci-Fi Classic, The Day the Earth Stood Still.
“Would Contact with Extraterrestrials Benefit or Harm Humanity? A Scenario Analysis†is a very useful summary of a priori speculations about extraterrestrial life. It is the latest in a series of scientific speculations about contact with extraterrestrial life. Recent scientific discoveries such as exoplanets in habitable regions of solar systems, abundance of water found in our solar system, and the ability of life to flourish in extreme biological conditions has stimulated scientific curiosity about the possibility of extraterrestrial life. This inevitably leads to questions about the motivations of advanced extraterrestrial life after contact with them is made by SETI or other means.
What “A Scenario Analysis” fails to do is to actively engage with the more than abundant evidence that humanity is currently being visited by extraterrestrial life. In the abstract, the authors categorically state: “humanity has not yet observed any extraterrestrial intelligence.†Yet there is an incredible amount of physical evidence concerning sightings of UFOs under intelligent control displaying flight characteristics far above what is known to be possible in conventional or even classified aerospace research. In addition, there are also numerous whistleblower reports concerning crashes of UFOs, and retrievals of extraterrestrial biological entities. Finally, there are also first hand witness reports of contacts, both voluntary and involuntary, with extraterrestrial entities. Rather than acknowledge the existence of such evidence, the scientific study chooses to dismiss it all together adopting the well known SETI perspective that no extraterrestrial contact has yet been made.
In failing to even acknowledge the extensive literature that contact has already been made, and that a successful cover-up has occurred by select government, military, corporate actors, “A Scenario Analysis”is taking an unrealistic stance. Basically, it is ignoring the possibility that UFOlogy and exopolitical literature may contribute substantially to answering the main goal of the authors in answering whether extraterrestrial contact would be more harmful or beneficial to humanity.
For example, an innovative course in the new field of exopolitics titled “The “Science, Spirituality and Politics of Extraterrestrial Civilizations†offers a different conceptual framework for examining how extraterrestrials may benefit or harm humanity during contact. The course, taught in the Exopolitics Institute a examines how a typology of extraterrestrial civilizations based on energy consumption might help us understand how different alien societies behave, and how the available literature helps illustrate this. Another exopolitics course, both of which begin in mid-September, “The Role of Hollywood and the Media in the Disclosure Process,†examines how Hollywood is helping prepare humanity for both the beneficial and harmful aspects of various contact scenarios.
It is encouraging to see an increasing number of scientists openly engage with scientific, social, political and even economic consequences of the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Ongoing scientific discoveries make it clear that the conditions for the life flourish throughout the galaxy. This makes scientific curiosity over the motivations of intelligent extraterrestrial life inevitable. Encouraging scientific speculation on the basis of what can be deduced from NASA and other Space Agency press releases or peer reviewed scientific journals should not require an outright dismissal of the abundant literature from the fields of UFOlogy and exopolitics that extraterrestrial contact has already occurred. It would be basically advocating the very unscientific approach that a priori reasoning on the benefits and harm of extraterrestrial contact should be encouraged, while simultaneously dismissing all a posteriori evidence and arguments concerning the benefits and harm of such contact. If the Zoo Hypothesis is the more accurate answer to the Fermi Paradox, the authors of “A Scenario Analysis†might have to acknowledge that they might be among the majority of Zoo dwellers that have been kept in the dark by their Zoo keepers about who might be watching them

The Friendship case – interview with Gaspare de Lama (GL)

Painter Gaspare de Lama is one of the most important witnesses and protagonists of the “Friendship†case, a true case of contact between humans and aliens that occurred in Italy between the second half of the 1950s and the 1970s. This interview was done in May 2010 by journalist and researcher Ivan Ceci, in his home at Mandello del Lario on the shores of Lake Como, Italy.
IC – When were you involved for the first time with the Friendship [Amicizia] case?
GL – It started in 1960, between 1960 and 1961, in a very banal way, because I saw pictures made by [Bruno] Ghibaudi on a weekly magazine called “Settimana …†about 3 flying objects that appeared on the coast of Pescara [Italy]. One was very strange, the picture was very nice and I thought that it could be real, because one object was really peculiar, while the other two were classic saucer shaped.
So I wrote to him (to the magazine) a few lines, congratulating him and adding something like “let’s hope that those beings help us.†After 2-3 days, the time for the magazine to receive the letter, I received a phone call from Ghibaudi, telling me that my letter was chosen among the many they received (he was using the plural) and he asked for an appointment.
He arrived in the evening – I had a group of friends, with whom I was sharing sightings information and field research, analysing the different cases, selecting hoaxes, from real ones – and I invited this group, too. He told about the things directly, without mentioning names (like Bruno Sammaciccia), he told about W56, the bases, everything, and we were a little surprised.
Then at the end of the evening, while we were going down the stairs, someone said: “there will be very few left of those ones,†and in fact only one remained of that group, Paolo Torre, and all the others left. And after a couple of times that I have seen Ghibaudi, one evening he arrived with Bruno, and then my story began. I started to know a little more, the phenomena,… it lasted for 5 years.
Bruno was a charismatic man, fascinating, with culture, he could speak very well, a passionate man, from the south. It was difficult to say “no†to him, he was leading me slowly, nicely, through the events, the phenomena, I owe everything to Bruno. I still feel him in my heart, even if in the end he was tired, stressed. This story made 2 people go crazy, it’s not an easy story. I also had some difficulty in dealing with it, one needs to be really balanced. The other world: we don’t know it, but we would like to be there. This world here: it is too unbearable, and so you live somehow in between, but after a while you get used to it and you manage it. Humans, who have a normal nerves system, can get used to everything. I imagine that the ones, who had experiences even deeper than mine, had some stress, and Bruno also had a responsibility.
The first encounter was through objects’ teleportation, film reels were materializing in the air and falling down in the ground
IC – Film reels of movies?
GL – Yes, movies that we then would watch or audio reels, with sometimes a greeting or sometimes some direction of things to do.
Then there were those control nuclei of the apartment, there were blue lightning, 2-3 metres long, with a diameter of 20-30 centimeters, light blue, they would pop close to us without hitting us, they were renewing the nuclei of the apartment. Once every 20 days or so we would see those phenomena, because the nuclei needed to be renewed (updated?).
Then Bruno asked me to buy a little radio, he put it on the table and after 2-3 minutes a blue flame came out of it, half meter high and he then said “ok now it is ready†and I always carried it with me. Sometimes “SIGIR†(a [ET] member of the friendship case) or other members would speak through it. It would switch on by it self, Bruno would tell me to change the radio frequencies and I would change them, but the voices would still be there. I even tried to put another radio close to it, tuned on Milan, both radios were tuned on Milan, but suddenly mine would switch into the voice of Sigir, while the other was still tuned on Milan.
Then, one day, Bruno told me “they want to give you a present,” choose a place. So I have chosen a place close to Milan and we went there and we made a movie of the disc that I showed you before, and also photos, I then sent my photographic film to be developed and then we went home and we watched the movie.

Then a lot of funny things happened, I remember that in 5 years I have seen 7-8 times other discs after a call for an appointment, also small, bright, in the night, in the sky. One was moving in a particular way (he shows with his hands in minute 9:12) doing like a theater, an exhibition, I saw many things.
IC – Did you have a direct encounter with one of the W56?
GL – No, I didn’t meet any, also because it was a dangerous time, they couldn’t get out of their bases, they were about 3 meters tall, so it wasn’t so easy, well some were smaller, but it wasn’t safe to go out, only once they showed up on a hill, about 300 meters from the house of Bruno in Pescara, but I wasn’t there (in the group we were about 10 people, there was a judge, an economist, a lawyer, …-) and they saw them on that hill, saying hello.
Bruno told us once that on that hill, that summer something would happen, and indeed it happened, they were there. They took pictures of them, there were some sea pines, and they were leaning towards these pines and were saying hello, I arrived just after that, and we went there afterwards to take measurements, and we measured that he was 4 meters tall. They took pictures of them and we all went to the photographer to develop the roll of film.
Once there was also my wife, we were at Bruno’s home, there was my little radio and we were 10-12 people and we were sitting randomly, and Sigir started to talk from the radio, he said hello to everyone, following the order of our position, he could probably see us.
IC – How was he speaking, using a good Italian?
GL – Yes, good Italian, the Italian was perfect for all members, but Sigir, when he was greeting, he was saying “saluto a tutti†(greetings to everyone) using an Abruzzo slang, and once I asked to Bruno “why does he say “saluto a tutti†while the correct form is “saluto tutti†and in that moment from the radio the voice of Sigir came immediately back and said : “Gaspare! Saluto a tutti!â€. He wanted to make it clear that he greeted this way, because also Bruno was greeting this way.
IC – They were imitating the dialect?
GL – Yes, they were imitating the dialect, and sometimes Dimpietro [an extraterrestrial] said “Gaspare, change your thoughts†because I was thinking about something not really good.
IC – With which one of the W56 did you get on better? (did you enjoy more?) at least their voices.
GL – Sigir had a powerful voice, I liked Gallarate.
IC – Why?
GL – Because first of all, he was one of the youngest. We called him Gallarate, because the first time that he arrived on Earth he saw Gallarate [name of a town *translator note] and he said “how beautiful is Gallarateâ€, so we called him with this name. And one day there was the transmission of a radio quiz between two towns, Gallarate and Frosinone, and Gallarate was rooting (supporting) for Gallarate. And we laughed and I liked him because he was a little different from the others, he was more similar to us. But I liked them all.
Dimpietro did blame me twice, he was sweet but he was also very straight.
IC – Why did he blame you?
GL – Because I was thinking about something that shouldn’t be thought, I was thinking about nervous things.
At the beginning, humans are doubtful, doubt is part of an intelligent mind, otherwise we would be too naive, you can have strong doubts that disturb you or you can have light doubts, that are only worries, but then, in the long term, from their voices and from their vibration, you become trustful.
After all, the word “trust†exists, you can find it on the dictionary, so we should use it. At a certain point you have to trust someone. With doubt you can always question everything, endlessly, but trust came spontaneously. They make you feel it, it’s like when you fell in love with your wife, it was enough her word of love and you trusted her, you didn’t put her through a lie detector. You feel it. If we don’t feel trust, it’s our fault. You need more trust than faith, you could leave out faith, but trust is more important. Faith is too high, trust you can give it to a friend. Friendship is important, you can also not believe in God, but be “loveâ€. I know some atheists that are wonderful people. Trust is for me the most important thing.
I think that the differences were caused by different ideologies, Bruno once explained to me. There are things that we don’t know about them (life values, laws, ethic, technology, science) we can not understand their different intentions.
To give me an example he said: “imagine a solar system that is disharmonic, that disturbs that side of the galaxy, well some civilisations, let’s say the CTR [the W56 enemies *translator note] with their technology they can cancel it, destroy it and therefore improve the harmony of that side of the galaxy. The W56, would do different, in their ideology they think that if nature has created this solar system, one can try to reduce the damage respecting the nature of things.†Of course the CTR would destroy the planet only if it was not inhabited, but they would interfere anyway on the nature of cosmos, while W56 would respect it, even if it disturbs.
This is a principle that develops also on ethics, on values. This doesn’t mean that CTR are bad, if they didn’t destroy their own civilisation it means that they love each others, they love their wives, their pets, but they have ideologies that are cooler and straight, science could be their God. While for the W56, God is Love.
IC – Why do you think that those beings, that are so evolved, needed your logistic help?
GL – Yes, they needed water, for us it was a minor effort, Bruno went to a friend who had barrels, he borrowed them, we filled them with tap water, we hired a van and we drove up there. Sometimes they would ask other material, rarely, 4 times in 5 years, it happened that you were asked for some material, and Bruno would organize it.
But I have a personal idea about this, I could be also wrong, but this is my idea: since they needed Uredda (love energy) to survive, they needed a certain quantity of it (if we want to put it in market words) but we didn’t give it to them, because, we were not in harmony between us.
Let’s say, I don’t give you love, I don’t give you friendship and so you jump in a river and, even if you can swim, you shout “help†to see if I give you my hand. So I have to help you and I give you my hand and so you receive my “rate of uredda†(love energy) that you need. So this demands of material could be a game to indirectly ask for uredda, but this is my idea, I told it to [Stefano] Breccia and he listened to me and said “it could really be like thisâ€.
IC – Do you think that they have definitely left the planet, after 1978, after their defeat?
GL – Well, I left in 1965, so I didn’t live the last events, I hope not. I think not, because if they have this duty in regard to planet earth, they shouldn’t be stopped by the failure of 10 run-down people. I think, I hope that they are still around. They certainly are still around, but we as a group, on the uredda (love energy) aspect, we failed. We are not here doing heroics, saying “victory, victoryâ€, no, no, we failed, which is worse.
IC – What did the W56 give you spiritually speaking? How did they change your vision about life?
GL – They made me understand that a better world is not utopia, because they exist. We are what we are, we are getting worse, while knowing that they exist and that they live on a wonderful way, and they are wonderful, make you realise that it is not an utopia, so it is something, to live in a cosmos, where there are goals that we could access.
Sometimes I was asking about God, once they answered me, “look Gaspare, think that we are here like a military party, not like missionaryâ€. We then understood, me and my wife, that we were asking things to which they could not answer, because we would have understood them on our own, through our spiritual evolution, we met Osho and this also helped us. So I received a lot from their way of speaking, from their presence.
IC – Why, according to you, did the W56 project fail, if it failed?
GL – Well, WE failed. Because of that uredda (love energy) they called it uredda, it was an energy, like the one when there is a negative pole and a positive pole, quanta and tachyons, that uredda was the energy of love. A love that we should have shared between us in the group and toward them. Toward them it was easy, between the group…we are what we are. After 5 years it was broken.
So they needed this uredda, that they collected it in their instruments in the bases, defence devices or others, I don’t know, and when they didn’t receive this “fuel†(lets call it like this) the thing ended. They had to go, but I think, and it seems so, that they knew it very well, but they had to make this experience.

The resulting cuts would enable Paul to attain his economic goals of balancing the U.S. budget in three years and cutting the budget by one trillion dollars in his first year. The pros and cons of Paul’s radical economic plan is likely to be vigorously debated in the mainstream media in the months ahead during the Republican Presidential primary.
