Below is my video blog on the Artemis Accords signed on October 13 between the United State and seven allied nations with national space programs: Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom. While the language is designed to fit into the provisions of the Outer Space Treaty ratified by UN member nations in 1967, these are bilateral accords with the US, and the UN is merely a place where the accords are placed for international recognition.
The Artemis Accords contain mutual defense provisions if any nations experience harmful interference in their explorations of the Moon, Mars, asteroids and minor planets. This is first step towards a Space NATO, and eventually a future Star Fleet.
The choice of Artemis as the name for the accords is also very significant symbolically given what has been happening in space in terms of space weapons, false flag events, galactic slave trade, etc., by major nations such as China and rogue secret space programs. Artemis was the Goddess of the forest, hunt, Moon, and righteous behavior. The hidden intent of the Artemis Accords is to clean up these rogue space programs, ensure ethical behavior in space, and to rein in Communist China, which plans to become the undisputed hegemon on Earth and in Space.
What follows is my two part series of articles originally published on July 16 and July 19, 2009, on Examiner.com concerning the revelations of an alleged Navy Seal who spent time at the S-4 facility at Area 51, which he described as a museum for flying saucers and aliens. The former Seal claimed that guard duty at S-4 was used as a means of “cooling down” assassins used by the CIA to permanently silence government critics and/or remove national security threats.
The whistleblower, Derek Hennessy, used the pseudonym “Connor O’Ryan” in a set of interviews with Lt Col Wendelle Stevens in 1991 that was recorded on video. Hennessy/O’Ryan provided a number of documents supporting his testimony. This was especially important since the Seal claimed that records of his Navy service had been purged from official records in a similar manner to what had earlier happened with Bob Lazar in 1989.
Col. Stevens spent a decade verifying Hennessy’s story and supporting documents before he felt confident enough about their authenticity to come forward in 2001 to discuss his investigation at two UFO conferences in Australia and the US (International UFO Congress). He says that prior to the Australia conference he received a phone call warning him not to go too far in releasing the information, but that only convinced him that Hennessy/O’Ryan was telling the truth.
The subsequent release of the video interviews in 2009 (nearly two decades later), which were edited by Rick Keefe from UFO Hypotheses, provided the general public their own opportunity to hear Hennessy/O’Ryan’s story in his own words. I described some of the contents in my original two part series.
I began to assist Steven’s investigation of Hennesy/O’Ryan after watching the video interviews, researching some of the supporting documentation, and interviewing participants such as Jim Dilettoso, who gave Hennessy/O’Ryan sanctuary on his property where the interviews took place. In my last conversation with Col. Stevens, he said that Hennessy/O’Ryan had re-emerged, but had no memories of his earlier life.
Unfortunately, on September 7, 2010, Col. Stevens passed away at his home in Tuscon Arizona, effectively bringing the investigation of Hennessy/O’Ryan to an end. Now after a decade, it appears that the timing of Col. Steven’s death is suspicious given the renewed public interest in his investigation of trained CIA assassins recruited from elite military units such as Navy Seals.
Seymour Hersch had broken the news of a pool of CIA assassins linked to former Vice President Richard Cheney, as I discussed in my first article. Stevens’ information that these CIA controlled “Black Seals” were rested between assignments at highly classified facilities housing UFO related artifacts, and that Cheney had been sighted there, took on special new significance given Hersh’s revelations.
The six hours of video interviews provide extensive details of life on the S-4 facility, what is hidden there, how assassins are recruited and rested there, and of visiting dignitaries such as Cheney and former Director of the NSA, Admiral Bobby Ray Inman. The videos are available in three parts (Vol 1, Vol 2, Vol 3)
I am republishing both articles in the series today since they add considerable information on the historical reverse engineering efforts undertaken in the USA for the development of multiple secret space programs as described in my Secret Space Programs book series. With the demise of the Examiner.com back in 2016, both articles are difficult to find, even using the Wayback machine. They appear in their original form with minor grammatical editing and updates where appropriate [in square brackets].
Part 1 – Testimony of CIA Assassin Recruited from Navy SEALS Goes Online with Documents
On July 13 [2009], the New York Times ran a story about the CIA running an assassination squad using U.S military special forces against foreign terrorists without Congressional approval on the orders of former Vice President Dick Cheney. The Times story confirms claims by Seymour Hersh in March 2009 that an assassination squad had been created that reported directly to Cheney using special forces personnel.
The covert CIA project was shut down by CIA Director Leon Panetta when he learned of it on June 23. Details of the project were passed on the next day to the U.S. Congress and led to furor over the reports. A statement by seven members of the House Intelligence Committee concerning the CIA misleading Congress was subsequently released.
The covert CIA program allegedly began in 2001 soon after the 911 attacks. The unfolding revelations of CIA death squads using U.S. military special forces personnel coincides with the online release of video testimony of a former U.S. Navy SEAL who said he was recruited to perform 18 assassination assignments for the CIA.
If true, the Seal’s testimony reveals that covert assassinations predate the 911 attacks, and also targeted U.S. citizens. Curiously, the assassinations were related to covert projects Dick Cheney was allegedly involved in when he was Secretary of Defense for George H.W. Bush from 1989 to 1993.
Connor O’Ryan was a pseudonym used by Derek Hennessy who claims in video testimony recorded in 1991, that he performed covert missions for the CIA in the 1980s assassinating enemies of the United States. After joining the U.S. Navy in the early 1980s, O’Ryan/Hennessy claims he joined the elite Seals and was eventually tasked to perform his covert assassination missions.
He said that targets of the assassination hits even included U.S. citizens. He described his 18th and final mission as a sergeant for the U.S. Army Green Berets stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary.
O’Ryan’s/Hennessy’s extraordinary claims were investigated over a ten year period by a retired Lt Colonel with the U.S. Air Force, Wendelle Stevens. During his investigation, Stevens was able to confirm Hennessy’s military I.D. and that he was assigned to the CIA performing covert missions. Concerned that O’Ryan/Hennessy may have been part of an intelligence operation to discredit him, Stevens did not release the initial results of his investigation until 2001.
Video testimony of O’Ryan/Hennessy is included in a set of interviews conducted with Stevens released on the internet in 2009. In the interviews, Steven’s discussed documents he had in his possession verifying Hennessy’s covert CIA missions.
One document was written on CIA letter head (see above graphic) with instructions for O/Ryan/Hennessy on his last mission. Steven’s read out the document’s contents as follows:
You are to report to the American Embassy in Budapest, Hungary. You will be received by S.A. Greywolf. As a unit you will proceed to terminate an ex S.A. David T. Johnson.
According to Stevens, the document was O’Ryan’s/Hennessy’s final hit order one month before he left his last assignment at a secret facility in Nevada.
Another document is O’Ryan’s/Hennessy’s W-2 salary statement that showed he was earning $74,000 for the CIA. Though only a sergeant he was earning the equivalent of a colonel’s salary at the time. Steven’s was able to confirm that the serial number and code word on the W-2 were active through an anonymous FBI source.
In the video Stevens mistakenly refers to the salary statement as a W-4, but a copy of the W-2 is clearly shown [see below].
Combined with O’Ryan’s/Hennessy’s recorded video testimony, the documents, if genuine, would be smoking gun evidence that a CIA assassination squad using U.S. military personnel predated 2001 and even targeted U.S. citizens.
To date, neither of the documents has been released to the public. Only video images are available. Independent document authentication still has to be conducted.
The confirmation of the W-2 by an anonymous FBI contact of Stevens is powerful support for the legitimacy of O’Brian’s/Hennessy’s story.
There is good reason, however, to be skeptical about the CIA hit order document’s legitimacy. It is difficult to accept that the CIA would be so explicit in putting on CIA stationary orders to terminate a serving U.S. military non-commissioned officer.
One could reasonably argue that such orders, if put on paper, would be done in a more cryptic manner without the CIA logo. This would be consistent with an Assassination Directive that former CIA Director Allen Dulles allegedly drafted in 1961, and was later authorized by a group responsible for covert operations called Majestic-12.
The alleged Dulles’ Assassination Directive used the cryptic phrase “it should be wet” as a code word for assassinations designed to protect Majestic-12 operations.
If indeed there has been a CIA assassination program that predates 2001, it may originate from Dulles’ 1961 draft Assassination Directive. The directive was allegedly received by the chief of CIA counterintelligence, James Jesus Angleton in 1961, and subsequently linked to the President Kennedy Assassination.
If O’Ryan/Hennessy did eliminate a serving Green Beret in Budapest in 1991 as he claims, then the authority for such an assassination may derive from Dulles’ 1961 draft Assassination Directive.
If O’Ryan/Hennessy’s CIA hit order letter is a hoax, that raises an equally perplexing question. Why would Wendelle Stevens, a long time researcher of the UFO phenomenon, be targeted in an elaborate intelligence operation to discredit him with a contrived story about CIA assassins using elite military special forces personnel in 1991? O’Ryan/Hennessy spent an extended period hiding with Stevens and associates while allegedly on the run.
During this time, a series of events occurred that persuaded those giving shelter to O’Ryan/Hennessy that he was genuinely being monitored and threatened to return voluntarily to his program. Eventually, O’Ryan/Hennessy disappeared and was not heard of for approximately a decade when he re-emerged with a new identity, and no memories of his covert activities with the CIA.
If O’Ryan/Hennessy’s testimony is even partially correct, as Stevens’ confirmation of his W-2 suggests, it would confirm the existence of an assassination team run by the CIA prior to 2001. His testimony reveals that even U.S. citizens were eliminated due to agendas of a highly classified covert operations run out of the CIA. O’Ryan/Hennessy himself apparently become a target when he shared his information with Stevens and this may have been related to his disappearance.
For the last nine months of his military service during his final assassination missions, Hennessy was assigned to a covert facility in Nevada called S-4 to perform sentry duty for a highly classified covert project. It was there that he witnessed Dick Cheney arrive one day for an inspection for a project, maintaining the secrecy of, which was related to his earlier assassination missions.

Part 2 – Cheney taken inside S-4 to view flying saucers & EBE bodies
Around April 1991, Dick Cheney was taken inside a secret underground facility located in a remote area in Nevada adjacent to Nellis Air Force base to view captured flying saucers and dead extraterrestrial bodies. The startling claims were made by a former security guard at the facility who in October 1991 gave his testimony on video. The guard had documents and photos supporting his claims of working on the secret facility called S-4.
The guard, Derek Hennessy, used the pseudonym Connor O’Ryan in giving his testimony in a set of interviews with Lt Col Wendelle Stevens (USAF, ret.) and his associate Gem Cox. O’Ryan/Hennessy claims he had worked for 8/9 years as a Navy SEAL and performed various covert operations. He said that 18 of these missions were assassinations sanctioned by the CIA or other agencies. During the last nine months of his military service in 1991, he worked at the remote S-4 facility which had stringent security procedures. It appeared that the isolation and security at S-4 helped assassins hide their trail after missions.
O’Ryan/Hennessy described his work on the second level of the S-4 facility. S-4 employed approximately 75 personnel on levels 1 and 2. He said he was aware of a further two levels of the facility, but was never allowed to enter levels 3 and 4. He said that approximately 12-15 personnel worked at Levels 3 & 4. His primary duty was to guard the elevators to them which required three keys, a thumbprint and a retinal scan to open.
O’Ryan/Hennessy described the hangar facilities on level two for storing the seven flying saucers retrieved from various crash sites. There were ten hangar bays in total.
The facility was described as “the museum” suggesting it was designed to store advanced extraterrestrial technologies that had been superceded. He revealed how one or more of the flying saucers would be raised to the surface for a flight test. This would only occur when no Russian or other spy satellites were passing overhead. All testing would stop when satellites were detected.
He also described seven tubes with bodies of extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) typically described as Grays. A biologist would regularly check the fluids to maintain the right temperature and fluid mix to maintain the bodies. In addition to the photos he showed to two witnesses, O’Ryan/ Hennessy drew pictures in his taped interview describing the facilities.
O’Ryan/Hennessy described the day Cheney visited as around the time when the U.S. was closing military bases at the end of the Cold War. Cheney was accompanied by three other officials and escorted by two base security personnel. He said Cheney only visited the first two levels of the S-4 facility and saw both the flying saucers and the bodies of dead extraterrestrials. O’Ryan/Hennessy said:
I was on level two at the time of his visit … and I watched him go in and he went into the back building and we were called up to guard the front of the hangar areas. … He saw the bodies too – the seven little grey people.
A supercomputer and photo analysis expert, Jim Dilettoso, allowed O’Ryan/Hennessy to stay at his property for a month. Dilettoso said O’Ryan/Hennessy showed both him and Gem Cox photographs allegedly taken at S-4. He saw photos of what appeared to be extraterrestrial vehicles, and extraterrestrial bodies in glass tubes.
He also saw a photo with Dick Cheney standing on a balcony allegedly inside the S-4 facility viewing the area below with the flying saucers and bodies while O’Connor/Hennessy was allegedly on duty. Dilettoso also recognized the former Director of the National Security Agency, Admiral Bobby Ray Inman (USN ret.) as one of the officials in the photo with Cheney.
How credible is O’Ryan’s/Hennessy’s testimony? The most significant documentary evidence is the W-2 obtained by Stevens [see above]. The control number (45851), Employer Identification Number (95-6593572) and Employers State ID (2464423P) were checked and confirmed by Stevens’ FBI contact.
According to the FBI contact, O’Ryan/Hennessy had been “deprogrammed and reprogrammed” after being taken back in to covert programs by the CIA and Naval intelligence on various covert assignments. The W-2 and numbers can be investigated for independent confirmation.
Furthermore, O’Ryan/Hennessy revealed many details in his video testimony to Wendelle Stevens and Gem Cox about his background and events, that can also be investigated for corroboration. Finally, O’Ryan/Hennessy stayed for a month with supercomputer and photo analysis expert, Jim Dilettoso who along with Cox witnessed his photos and a duty roster that O’Ryan/Hennessy showed him.
Dilettoso also described a bizarre incident that changed his initial skepticism towards O’Ryan//Hennessy’s amazing story. Returning from a 1991 Thanksgiving party that O’Ryan/Hennessy attended, Dilettoso found a package at the inside front gate of his ranch. Thinking it was for him, Dilettoso took it.
When it was later opened, a severed finger was found along with a threatening note directed at O’Ryan/Hennessy to return photos and other evidence of S-4. Together with other strange episodes indicating close surveillance by a mysterious group of people, Dilettoso decided it was time for O’Ryan/Hennessy to leave.
O’Ryan/Hennessy says he decided to come forward after he was told that he had contracted a virulent form of Hodgkin’s disease. Being 29 at the time, and in good health with no history of the disease in his family, he suspected that he was being set up for elimination. In retaliation, he decided to become a whistleblower and release photographs taken at S-4.
O’Ryan//Hennessy’s remarkable testimony, if substantiated, clearly reveals that Richard Cheney while Secretary of Defense, had directly witnessed S-4, and covert programs involving extraterrestrial life and technology. That may explain why George Bush deferred to Cheney during the 2000 Presidential Campaign on a question concerning when UFO information would be released: “It will be the first thing he (pointing to Cheney) will do. He’ll get right on it.”
Alas, after a tumultuous eight years as Vice-President, Cheney never chose to disclose anything about his alleged visit to S-4, and knowledge of extraterrestrial life and technology.

On November 4, 2016, NASA, FEMA, the Department of Energy, Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), U.S. Air Force, and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services collaborated in a planning exercise simulating a destructive asteroid impact set for September 20, 2020. The exercise planners envisaged that the asteroid, up to 800 feet (250 meters) in size, would hit somewhere along a narrow band across Southern California or just off the Pacific Coast.
Here’s what the NASA/JPL news release had to say about the simulated asteroid impact hypothesized to take place in three weeks time:
The exercise simulated a possible impact four years from now — a fictitious asteroid imagined to have been discovered this fall with a 2 percent probability of impact with Earth on September 20, 2020. The simulated asteroid was initially estimated to be between 300 and 800 feet (100 and 250 meters) in size, with a possibility of making impact anywhere along a long swath of Earth, including a narrow band of area that crossed the entire United States.
In the fictitious scenario, observers continued to track the asteroid for three months using ground-based telescope observations, and the probability of impact climbed to 65 percent. Then the next observations had to wait until four months later, due to the asteroid’s position relative to the sun. Once observations could resume in May of 2017, the impact probability jumped to 100 percent. By November of 2017, it was simulated that the predicted impact would occur somewhere in a narrow band across Southern California or just off the coast in the Pacific Ocean.
This is not the first or only simulated asteroid impact exercise designed by scientists and government agencies. A more recent asteroid impact exercise occurred in 2019 and hypothesized an asteroid impact for New York City on April 29, 2027. An asteroid similar in size to that envisaged earlier back in November 2016, would hit with a destructive force ranging from 100 to 800 megatons.
It’s worth noting that the largest hydrogen bomb test in history, the 1961 Tsar Bomba, had a destructive force of 50 megatons. “Coincidentally”, Russia just released classified footage of the Tsar Bomba showing its destructive effects in the remote Arctic region of Novaya Zemlya. Clearly, if an asteroid were to hit the continental U.S. or just off the Pacific Coast with anywhere near an 800 megaton destructive yield, an entire region would be devastated with an extremely high death toll.
What gives the September 20, 2020 asteroid impact simulation great relevance today is not the approaching target date for a hypothetical asteroid impact, but a series of worrying scientific and political developments. These developments firmly point to a major false flag attack that is about to be unleashed by the Deep State in a last-ditch effort to prevent the 2020 Presidential election from occurring.
In evaluating the possibility that an asteroid impact is about to be staged in real life for a political agenda, it’s worth pointing out that Dr. Werner von Braun, former head of NASA’s Marshall Flight Center, was the first to reveal that a false flag asteroid attack would one day be staged by the Deep State.
In 1974, he confided in Carol Rosin, a former executive to Fairchild Industries, about a sequence of false flag events that would be orchestrated by the Deep State in order to promote their agenda for the weaponization of space. [link to earlier article]
Von Braun said that an asteroid attack would be orchestrated once the Deep State had exhausted earlier contrived threats posed in turn by the Russians, terrorists, and nations of concern. When such threats no longer carried the political justification for massive military spending, a new scenario would be thrust upon the American public in order to maintain and even increase military spending further. This would ultimately lead to the weaponization of space, according to Von Braun.
What makes Von Braun’s warning particularly important given the September 20 date set in the 2016 asteroid impact exercise is the closing of over 100 of the Earth’s largest observatories due to the COVID-19 crisis. There appears to be no real health justification for such unprecedented closures. After all, night-time telescopes are largely automated involving relatively few astronomers.
What makes this situation even more remarkable is the recent “accidental damage” to the Arecibo telescope in Puerto Rico. On August 11, 2020, a large cable snapped, making the observatory unusable for the foreseeable future. This means that at this critical time, when asteroids are regularly being reported to be just missing the Earth, there are currently very few astronomers observing the night sky.
If everybody in the world stops observing, then we have a gap in our data that you can’t recover … This will be a period that we in the astronomy community have no data on what happened.
Jonowieck’s comment is critical since it confirms that there is no independent astronomical data on what is currently happening in space. What makes this even more telling is that in the 2016 Asteroid Impact exercize set for September 2020, observatories played the key role in identifying and tracking the asteroid before its destructive impact.
Here’s what Shepard Ambellas, from Intellihub, had to say about the recent closing of observatories:
Defying all logic, a number of telescopes and observatories around the world remain closed amid the coronavirus pandemic while the impact risk of near-earth Earthbound objects remains at an all-time high. Over 100 telescopes have been reported to have been shut down in a move that virtually makes no sense and now one of the world’s largest radio telescopes named the Arecibo Observatory has been rendered inoperable after sustaining damage after cable unexpectedly snapped creating about a 100-foot long gash in the dish itself, furthering fueling the problem…
To make matters worse, the Puerto Rico-based telescope was tracking a near-Earth object when it went offline. Withal, there has never been a more perfect time for an asteroid to strike and the Department of Defense, the White House, and other agencies are aware.
With the closure of so many observatories, if the Deep State was planning to stage a false flag asteroid attack, this would be the perfect time for it. There would be relatively few professional astronomers with data that could refute the narrative put out by government agencies and mainstream news sources if a false flag event were to occur.
For example, if covert space weapons such as “Rods of God”, were used to simulate an asteroid strike, there would be few astronomers with data to challenge a contrived official narrative orchestrated by the Deep State using their worldwide media assets.
Why now? One powerful reason is the Deep State’s assessment through internal polling that Donald Trump is going to easily win the 2020 Presidential election. This is supported by multiple polls showing that Trump is making major inroads among independent and minority voters with his law and order approach. Joe Biden is also showing no real desire to get out to meet with voters, seriously tackle Trump head-on, and there are even calls now for him to abandon the debates.
Even impartial left-leaning observers, such as Dr. Jonathan Turley, a Georgetown University Professor, are mystified by the Democratic Party’s lack of desire to condemn the riots and violence that has affected major urban areas and led to social chaos. This is leading to a massive swing to Trump as the law and order President.
It’s as though Democratic leaders have abandoned any hope of winning the election and are promoting widespread social chaos in the hope of pinning the blame on Trump in a desperate Hail Mary move.
What the above circumstantial evidence suggests is that rather than have Trump win another election, the Deep State is instead about to unleash a major false flag operation to prevent the 2020 election from occurring.
This would create even more chaos since the U.S. Constitution has no provision for President Trump remaining in office beyond January 20, 2021. This would also impact the House of Representatives and 1/3 of Senators who are facing reelection on November 3, and whose terms expire on January 3, 2021.
This is how Alan Dershowitz, a retired Harvard University Professor, who has Deep State ties through his close association with the convicted pedophile, Jeffery Epstein, frames the issue:
What does the Constitution provide in the event that an emergency precludes an election before the end of a term of the president? … We begin, of course, with the words of the Constitution…. the 20th Amendment says “the terms of the president and vice president shall end at noon” on January 20. Nothing could seem clearer…
But if there is no election, there is no president elect nor vice president elect. Congress does provide for a line of succession to the White House “if by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify,” there is neither a president nor a vice president…. However, even if Congress has the authority to fill this gap in the Constitution, it is unclear that it has done so with the existing law, because the line of succession begins with the House speaker.
But there would be no House speaker if there were no election, because there would be no House, all of whose members would be up for election in November. The terms of all members of the House would end, as stated in the Constitution, on January 3…
There would, however, be a Senate, with a majority of its members not up for election in November and, therefore, still serving their terms. This is important as the next in line would be the president pro tempore of the Senate, which is Charles Grassley. However, if there were no election, there may be a Democratic majority among the remaining senators not up for reelection, unless sitting governors or state legislators were allowed to fill vacant seats, which is another issue.
Dershowitz is pointing out that without an election, it would be up to the rump of U.S. Senate to select the next U.S. President. The two-thirds of the Senators that would still be serving until their terms ended either on January 3, 2023 or 2025, would make the necessary choices.
Out of the 65 sitting U.S. Senators who are not up for reelection in 2020, 33 are Democrats, 30 are Republicans, and 2 are Independents – Bernie Sanders and Angus King. Both Sanders and King caucus with the Democrats. This means that in the scenario of an abandoned 2020 Presidential election, after January 3, the current Majority Leader, Mitch McConnel, and President Pro-Tempore, Chuck Grassley, would be replaced by Democrats who would now be the majority party with a voting advantage of 35 to 30.
The new President Pro-Tempore of the U.S. Senate would be either Chuck Schumer (current Senate Minority Leader) or the replacement to the current Democratic Whip since Richard Durbin is among those who would lose his current position (Senate Minority Whip). Being fourth in the Presidential line of succession, after the positions of President, Vice President, and House Majority Leader positions all become vacate on January 3 and 20, 2021, Schumer or Durbin’s replacement would become the new President. New federal elections would then be scheduled according to the timetable and agenda of the now Democratic-controlled Senate.
What strengthens such an alarming scenario, which would nullify President Trump’s reelection campaign, is Nancy Pelosi’s recent strange claims about the Presidential chain of succession and Continuity of Government, which were made in a recent interview on MSNBC:
“Whether he [Donald Trump] knows it or not he will be leaving ,.. Just because he might not want to move out of the White House doesn’t mean we won’t have an inauguration ceremony to inaugurate a duly elected President of the United States.”… Pelosi’s statements were made after she had attended last month’s Continuity of Government meeting in which the Pentagon had revealed to top officials in the chain of succession to the presidency that there is a chance for a potential disaster to strike before the elections which could cripple the U.S and other countries.
Pelosi appears to be alluding to some Continuity of Government crisis that leads to Trump’s removal from office and the installation of a “duly elected” President after some natural disaster.
In sum, Von Braun’s warning of a future false flag asteroid impact, the closure of over 100 major observatories, swarms of recent asteroid near misses, the self-defeating electoral strategy of the Democratic Party in encouraging riots and social chaos, Joe Biden’s bizarre absence from serious politicking, Nancy Pelosi’s strange reference to Continuity of Government and Presidential succession rules, and finally Alan Dershowitz’s description of how the abandonment of the 2020 election would force Trump to leave office on January 20, 2021, all point to a Deep State plan to prevent Trump from being re-elected.
A contrived asteroid strike on the U.S. using covertly deployed space weapons controlled by the Deep State would lead to catastrophic destruction and almost certainly the abandonment of the November 3 federal elections.
The Deep State strategy would then be to run out the clock so that on January 20, Trump’s position as President is vacated as required by the Constitution. There would also no longer be a serving House of Representatives, and all that would be left is a rump U.S. Senate that would be controlled by the Democratic Party.
Could such a diabolical plan actually succeed in both deceiving the American public through a false flag asteroid attack and preventing President Trump’s all but inevitable reelection?
Currently, the U.S. Space Force is in the process of integrating all space assets from the different military services in a comprehensive way that would prevent such a false fIag event from occurring. Historically, the Deep State has used assets from the U.S. military, intelligence community, and major aerospace corporations for false flag attacks such as the September 11, 2001 “terrorist attack”, and the failed January 13, 2018, Hawaii ballistic missile attack.
Space Force will eventually end that practice as far as military space assets are concerned. Space Force’s rapid integration process is something that greatly worries the Deep State as I will explain in my upcoming September 26 webinar, “Why Space Force Terrifies the Deep State and Rogue Secret Space Programs”.
However, the Deep State still has significant space assets from the U.S. intelligence community, major aerospace corporations, and even foreign powers (China), that it could co-opt for a false flag asteroid impact event. Space Force and “White Hats” in the U.S. Military Industrial Complex will have to closely monitor these “rogue” space assets to ensure they would not be coopted into such a false flag event.
There is compelling circumstantial evidence pointing to a Deep State plan to launch a false flag asteroid attack, or some other contrived “natural disaster”, sometime between September 20 and the November 3, 2020, federal elections. However, widespread public awareness of such a diabolical plan and proactive intervention by Space Force or White Hats can prevent such a plan from being successful.
Classified briefings given to staffers and officials from the U.S. Congress and Pentagon by Dr. Eric Davis on UFO/UAP reports have taken on great significance due to a July 23 New York Times story breaking the news that they were being briefed about “off-world vehicles not made on this earth”. In part one of this series, I discussed a 2019 interview with Dr. Davis, where he shared his knowledge of Special Access Programs, including a UFO crash retrieval project as providing the best insight into what he revealed in his classified briefings.
In the interview, Davis spoke of the lack of success scientists had in reverse engineering the “off-world vehicles” due to difficulties in understanding the new physics operating in the recovered craft. Of particular note was his belief that the reverse engineering program suffered from a lack of funding, which he explained as follows:
[1:23:43 Y.T.] So here’s the thing that you should know is that the crash retrieval program is a very small program. It is not a massive, huge government infrastructure…. It’s a very poorly funded program, and it hasn’t actually, probably hasn’t had money for a while.
Davis’ comment aligns with the revelations of Bob Lazar, who says he was recruited in late 1988 for a reverse engineering program at the remote S-4 facility at Area 51 on a flying saucer craft of extraterrestrial origin that was approximately 50 feet in diameter and 20 feet high.
In Dreamland: An Autobiography (2019), Lazar wrote about his surprise over the lack of people working on the highly classified project, called Galileo, compared to similar important projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory:
I did wonder briefly why it was that what seemed to me to be a relatively small group of people were working on a project that had the kinds of implications that this one did. Los Alamos and the project to produce nuclear bombs involved an enormous number of people and resources… For all I knew, there were teams all over the country working on this same project as Barry and I. At least I wanted to believe that. I wasn’t so egotistical as to believe that I was one of only a select few working on something so monumentally important as this was. [Dreamland: An Autobiography, p. 58]
Davis and Lazar’s comments appear odd given what is known about the “deep black budget” created by the CIA in 1949 to secretly fund extraterrestrial related advanced technology projects. As I have shown in my 2004 Black Budget report, the funding available for such projects is actually massive, exceeding over a trillion dollars annually, greatly exceeding the entire Pentagon budget according to estimates spanning the years 1997-2000.
Clearly, the vast sums were going elsewhere, as Lazar suspected, rather than the reverse engineering project(s) Davis and Lazar were exposing. This raises suspicion that Lazar’s project, as well as the one Admiral Thomas Wilson had attempted to learn about (see part one), were in fact red herrings, distractions, designed to misinform UFO researchers and the general public when they learned about them.
What strengthens such a suspicion is what Davis had to say about the reverse engineering program’s termination in 1989, the same year Lazar emerged as a whistleblower. This makes it all but certain that Davis was referring to Project Galileo, the very program Lazar had been involved with at the S-4 facility.
According to Davis, the scientists were unable to sufficiently communicate to understand the new physics behind the craft due to the compartmentalization security procedures that were in place:
[1:24:00 Y.T.] I do know that the program was terminated in 1989 for a lack of progress in reverse engineering anything that they had, any of the hardware that they had, and every so often, so many years go by, and they’ll try it again. And they just don’t succeed because compartmentalization is a killer. Scientists cannot communicate with other scientists to get help.
Davis pointed out that the difficulties experienced by scientists working in the crash retrieval program are common in compartmentalized projects where scientists are prevented from sharing their problems with outside experts who normally are called upon in similar situations in the open-source world:
[ 1:25:44 Y.T.] So this isn’t just unique to the crash retrieval program. This type of problem is unique to all the black programs that the DoD has, DHS has, and the military services branches has them, the Department of Energy has their own versions…. The purpose of a black program with a special access program security rap, is you got to limit the information and exposure to the information to as few people as possible in order to produce the maximum security protection against espionage by the enemy. And so that limits who you can work with that also is cleared to know. That limits the amount of experts that you can have working with you.
And gosh, you know, if your small group of experts are stumped, you’re screwed, because you basically can’t call your buddies or somebody you know, or somebody you know of, who’s an expert better than you … a bigger expert on the subject at a university either near you or at a university across the country, you can’t call those guys. You can’t even read them in because you’re not supposed to acknowledge some of these black, most of these black programs, they’re not supposed to be acknowledged.
Not coincidentally, Lazar made the same criticism over lack of progress in Project Galileo:
The system under which we operated, how Naval Intelligence (or whatever agency truly guided these efforts) insisted upon compartmentalization and secrecy got in the way of all of us doing our jobs easily and productively. Given that there was a metallurgy group functioning somewhere on the base where Barry and I had worked, you’d think it would be an easy matter to get a company directory, dial that line (these were pre-Internet days so no email) and request the answer to our question. Because all our efforts were so segregated and knowledge not shared, that was impossible for us to do. I can cite a half dozen or more examples of how this inefficient system worked against our efforts to be productive but that one should suffice. (Dreamland: An Autobiography, p. 66).
Consequently, Davis’ statement of such programs ending back in 1989 due to a lack of success is consistent with Lazar’s revelations. In Lazar’s autobiography, he wrote about what he read about setbacks in earlier failed reverse engineering attempts in a briefing document given to him when he arrived at S-4 for his first day of work in January 1989:
Though no dates were given, it was clear to me that the project was not in its infancy. Some references were made to past attempts to understand the nature of the power and propulsion system. Several attempts had been made to reproduce the kind of system that had come into their hands, but with no success…. I next read that a previous attempt to dismantle one of the existent propulsion systems had resulted in an accidental explosion. (Dreamland: An Autobiography, p. 44)
Ever since Lazar publicly emerged, he has revealed in multiple interviews how the reverse engineering project suffered from funding, had relatively few scientists working on it, and how scientists were handicapped from making breakthroughs due to stifling security constraints.
Lazar’s revelations align closely with what Davis revealed in his interview, and what he subsequently shared with the Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials about the failed reverse engineering project.
Once again, both Davis and Lazar’s observations appear awry with what others have claimed based on direct eyewitness testimony of reverse engineered flying saucer craft.
For example, one of Dr. Greer’s Disclosure Project witnesses, Mark McCandlish said that in 1988, the same year Lazar was recruited to work at S-4, a highly classified airshow featuring three reverse engineered flying saucers was held at Edwards Air Force Base. The three craft were sighted by a patent illustrator, Brad Sorenson, who says that the craft had been built by an unnamed major aerospace company, one that hosted one of the corporate development facilities at Edward’s Plant 42.
As professional patent illustrators, both Sorenson and McCandlish are experts in replicating the designs of advanced aerospace craft. McCandlish provided the following illustration of what Sorenson had witnessed.

McCandlish’s testimony is consistent with the testimony of other credible witnesses, which I have discussed at length in the U.S. Air Force Secret Space Program (2019). They have spoken of the success of reverse engineering efforts concerning flying saucers and other advanced aerospace technologies going all the way back to the 1950s.
High among the list of credible witnesses is Ben Rich, the former head of Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks, who repeatedly made references to Lockheed having the technology “to take E.T. home.” At the end of public lectures, he would famously finish with a slide showing a flying saucer and saying: “We now have the technology to take E.T. home”.
His comment always got a big laugh from his audience who were fans of the movie, E.T., but privately Rich shared with colleagues what was really going on in the classified programs that Skunkworks was involved in:
We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity…. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.
If one accepts the information provided by McCandlish, Rich and others that flying saucer shaped craft have been successfully reverse engineered, built and deployed, where does that leave us with the testimonies provided by Eric Davis and Bob Lazar?
It’s quite a stretch to believe Davis’ contention, which is corroborated by Lazar’s experiences, that reverse engineering efforts effectively stopped in 1989 due to setbacks, difficulties posed by the compartmentalization process, and lack of funding. The alleged lack of funding is patently absurd given the enormous “black budget” that is annually generated by the CIA and funneled into the Pentagon for unacknowledged special access programs.
A more reasonable conclusion is that such reverse engineering efforts were being conducted elsewhere than at Area 51’s S-4 facility – as Lazar himself suspected. Unlike S-4, which was more a museum designed to hoodwink visitors into believing flying saucers had been retrieved but were far too advanced to successfully reverse engineer, the real reverse engineering was secretly being conducted elsewhere.
Well-funded corporate aerospace facilities such as Lockheed’s Skunkworks division located at Plant 42, Edwards Air Force Base, are among the most likely candidates, especially given what McCandlish, Rich, and others have shared. More recently, testimonial evidence has emerged that the Tic Tac craft sighted by Navy pilots in 2004, were built at Plant 42 on behalf of the U.S. Air Force.
The fact that the New York Times has given prominent coverage of Davis briefing Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials, around the same time that Lazar’s testimony is gaining widespread public exposure due to a new film and autobiographical book does raise legitimate questions over whether this is all part of a limited hangout.
Davis and Lazar appear to be unwitting pawns in a sophisticated psychological operation that dates back to at least 1989, which began with Lazar. The purpose of the psyop appears to be very transparent. Deceive the public about the successful reverse engineering of flying saucer and other antigravity aerospace technologies in corporate facilities, and to sidetrack the public into focusing on government-run facilities such as S-4, which were unsuccessful in their reverse engineering efforts.

The ultimate goal is to set the stage for a false flag alien event – either an alien invasion as speculated by many in the past; or the even more intriguing possibility, given an increasing series of predicted global disasters about to occur, of an “alien rescue”!
On July 23, the New York Times released an article describing classified UFO briefings delivered to the US Congress and the Pentagon by Dr. Eric Davis, a prominent astrophysicist, researching “out of the box” scientific phenomena since 1996. The authors of the New York Times story, Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal, provided few details of the briefings other than Davis’ sensational claim that UFOs (aka UAPs) involved “off-world vehicles not made on this earth”.
The New York Times article was quickly picked up by other major media such as the Huffington Post, Popular Mechanics, and popular news sites that included Yahoo News. More recently, Scientific American called for a resumption of scientific studies on UFOs in a very telling sign that mainstream scientists are finally paying attention.
Senator Marco Rubio was informed about the classified briefing given by Dr. Davis to staffers from the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which Rubio currently heads. He subsequently arranged for his Committee to give a bipartisan vote of approval (14-1) for the Intelligence Community to write up a comprehensive report on UFOs/UAPs in 180 days after the Bill’s passage into law.
Significantly, the Director of National Intelligence was instructed that the “report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex”. This means that the report is intended to be released to the general public.
What is missing in the New York Times article and subsequent news stories are the precise details of what Davis briefed members of Congress and Pentagon officials. It can be assumed that the briefings involved information derived from a 15-page leaked transcript/summary of an October 16, 2002 conversation between Dr. Davis and Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, who retired as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, only a few months before the meeting.
I covered the Davis and Wilson leaked document in a three-part series (available here, here and here). Put simply, the document revealed Wilson’s failed efforts in 1997 to gain access to an Unacknowledged Special Access Program, which he had learned involved a corporation studying a retrieved UFO/extraterrestrial craft. Wilson had hoped Davis could shed light on what was happening in the corporate reverse engineering program.
While it is highly likely that parts of the 15-page document were included in Davis’ classified briefings to Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials, we don’t know what conclusions Davis had reached about what Wilson had confidentially shared with him. The leaked document focused on Wilson’s experiences, rather than what Davis knew about the topic.
Consequently, an interview given by Davis on May 10, 2019, five months before his briefing to Congressional staffers, where he gave his evaluation of UFOs and extraterrestrial life becomes highly significant. The interview gives us a very good idea of what Davis told Congress and the Pentagon, which has now been made an issue of national importance due to the New York Times story, and the looming Intelligence Community report destined to emerge in early 2021.
In fact, a strong case can be made that Davis’ briefings will be used as the fulcrum of a UFO/UAP disclosure narrative that will emerge in early 2021 with the release of the unclassified intelligence UAP report to Congress. This is where there is much in what Davis told Congressional staffers and Pentagon officials that raises alarming red flags that a “limited hangout” is being prepared over classified programs involving the retrieval and reverse engineering of crashed UFOs.
While the truth will be told of the non-Earthly origin of some retrieved UFOs, the successful reverse engineering of such craft by major aerospace corporations will be hidden from the public, along with the existence of visiting extraterrestrial life.
What follows is my analysis of Davis’s comments in the interview he conducted with Alejandro Rojas from Open Minds TV, which is available both in audio form on YouTube and as a rough transcript from an automated translation. I have corrected Rojas’ rough transcript using the original interview in my extracts below, which include the YouTube timestamps [YT].
In discussing the origins of the three videos showing UFO craft videotaped by Navy pilots in 2004 and 2015, and officially acknowledged as genuine by the Department of the Navy, Davis declares such advanced technology has not been developed by any government or nation:
[29:28 YT] In a matter of three to five seconds, you’re not basically talking about human technology. There is no Russian or Chinese or North Korean or Iranian or anybody else. No, NATO or any other Alliance, or non-Alliance country, non-Allied countries have any sort of technology that can perform the way these Tic Tacs were found to be performing….
The things we’re seeing are not shaped in the usual typical way that we humans would shape them. So you, you got to come up with another hypothesis and the only hypothesis is something unknown. And then its got a good chance that it’s not human technology….
Davis goes on to assert that the UFOs are operating on a new physics and humanity currently doesn’t have the means to replicate this:
[37:44 YT] In other words, they don’t, the objects don’t follow the aerodynamic rules of engineering. Okay, they just don’t. Okay, and that’s driven by physics. And they are not saying that they’re breaking the laws of physics. So don’t quote me on anything having to do with why they’re operating on a new physics, we have an event, or no, they’re breaking the laws of physics, it is possible to operating on the physics we haven’t invented or haven’t discovered yet. That’s possible, we don’t know. So anyway, the point is, is that these things are operating there you go way outside the envelope of our engineering and physics technologies. And, and I can guarantee you that no laws of physics are broken whatsoever.
Davis declares that the UFOs and their advanced flight capacities are not something that can be manufactured given the present level of technological development on Earth:
[38:58 YT] And these things don’t look like anything that we can manufacture on Earth. So we don’t have the manufacturing or industrial technology for it. We don’t have engineering for it. In other words, the blueprints and designs to get something … shaped like air fighter-sized piece of candy mouth mint and get that to fly through the air stably. And do the wonderful things that they do in the years reported by the F-18 pilots associated with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group.
Davis is then asked about the truth of reports of UFO crashes and whether the craft have been retrieved for classified studies. He answers:
[1:14:32 YT] Yeah, there have been crashes. The super powers on the Earth have had their share of crashes. And they have recovered the vehicles from their crashes.
Davis goes on to explain how the truth about classified studies of recovered alien spacecraft is kept from most public officials:
[1:15:30 YT] So yeah, they have that technology. We do too. And it’s a very super sensitive topic. Because it’s something that your listeners, you’re probably going to be shocked at… probably a minute fraction, it’s like less than 1/1000th or 1/100,000th of the people with the “need to know” access, “need to know” authorization, and security clearances to be involved with that type of work, are the only ones that know. The vast majority of the rest of the government really doesn’t know. And that’s why one hand, like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…
Davis was likely referring to the process whereby even senior military officials like Admiral Wilson, with high level security clearances and “need to know” authorization, was still denied access to classified studies of retrieved non-Earthly spacecraft.
Davis elaborates on the complexity of the security clearances system in finding the truth about what’s happening in unacknowledged special access programs:
[1:16:16 YT] Because of the stovepipe thing that goes on in compartmentalized programs … you just can’t knock on doors and say, Hey, here’s who I am … I got clearances, but not the right ones. I don’t have a need to know. But I want to know, so can you tell me…. You’re going to be lied to, because that’s, that’s the rule. You don’t want to tell the enemy anything, when this guy is knocking on your door asking you about UFO crashes, could be an asset for the Soviet Union or the Russian Federation, or the Chinese PLA, or the nincompoops over in Iran and North Korea and so forth.
So, you know, even if it’s an American, you still don’t want to answer that question because you don’t know who they are. And you’re not supposed to be revealing that information. So it takes a lot of hard tracking and digging after working. And it can take years and years and years. And then you develop the security clearances and the authorization for you to know that appropriately … allow you access to that information, then you find out hey, yeah, it’s there, it’s true.
On the other hand, sometimes the information does come out on its own. But it doesn’t come out in the way that UFOlogy likes to fantasize about it. It comes out only to specific people, who have specific talents or skills, who have security clearances, they may not have the need to know. But they could have the need to know if they were presented with that requirement.
At this stage in his interview, Davis comments on the Disclosure Project witnesses that Dr Steven Greer arranged to come forward in 2001 in a ground-breaking Press Conference. According to Davis, most of Greer’s witnesses were crackpots and just “noise” when it came to identifying the genuine signal in the available public information on retrieved UFOs:
[1:21:05 YT] A good majority of them were crackpots, they were phonies. But there was a small number of them that were the real deal. And so he successfully picked up a very small number of them, and got some information. And now, as to the veracity and quality of that information. That’s another story.
But he did get some interesting information.… the information was not … verifiable. In other words, once people looked into it, they said, yeah, this is realistic. Whereas a good chunk, a good chunk of his disclosure witnesses. You know, they had middle of the road guys, they had some information, but it was too purple. It was just anecdotal.
And then you had the guys that were real liars. He’s got a chunk of liars out there … I don’t know how much effort he spent on vetting any of those people. And I’m not going to name names of who they are. It’s not important, because … the fact that they have no real information means it’s noise. We’re dealing with signal, we’re interested in signal and science folks, not the noise. Check the noise.
Next, Davis went on to elaborate on Greer’s witnesses who claimed to have first-hand knowledge of crash retrieval operations:
[1:22:25 YT] So, he did have a small signal of people that had verifiable information…. They came forward, they gave him information that was freely given to him. But it was after the fact, it was never expected that it could be acted upon. The people that gave him information … weren’t directly involved with the crash retrieval at all. They actually were either peripheral, or they heard it from somebody reliable. So the vertical information was high quality, but they were not first-hand people.
Davis is here suggesting, for example, that Clifford Stone, a 22 year US Army veteran, who was interviewed by Greer and claimed to have had first-hand knowledge of multiple crashed UFOs retrieved by the US military, was a crackpot and liar. There are many reasons to dispute Davis’ information when it comes to Stone’s testimony who has been successfully interviewed many times over several decades, and has maintained the same story with consistency and sincerity.
Davis provides no evidence that Stone or other Disclosure Projects witnesses are lying or crackpots, consequently his assertions need to be considered as unverified or misinformed. This is a major red flag that Davis testimony may be part of a “limited hangout” that is being unveiled to the American and World publics through the New York Times, arguably the most important media organ of the CIA and the Deep State.
The most significant aspect of Davis’s interview is his assertion that UFO crash retrievals were part of a small unsuccessful program that was terminated in 1989, around the time the famed whistleblower, Bob Lazar, emerged with his experiences claiming something very similar had occurred during his time at the S-4 facility at Area 51.
On June 18, President Donald Trump replied to a question about the Roswell UFO crash from his son, Don Jr, in a podcast. Trump’s reply was that he would consider declassifying what occurred at the 1947 event that was “very interesting”. According to new information from Secret Space Program Insider Corey Goode, Trump was told that the Roswell UFO Crash involved time-traveling humans from the future.
Goode has recently revealed that he is again receiving briefings from reliable insiders about various classified programs. I have in the past discussed Goode’s credibility both as an insider himself with first-hand witness information, and also as a conduit for other insiders who release information and documents to him. This was best exemplified in two leaked Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) documents that he was the first to publicly reveal back in December 2017, the documents were given to him from a trusted DIA source.
According to newly acquired information from Goode, there is consensus within the “deep black” operations community to move forward with a “limited hangout” where some of the truth about secret space programs will be revealed, while much will continue to remain hidden including the existence of extraterrestrial life.
This is what Goode wrote to me about what Trump has been told and what is about to be officially disclosed:
I have mentioned this in the past. It was brought up again recently after Trump commented on Roswell. POTUS ‘Roswell Briefings’ are basically this: Roswell was NOT an Alien event. It was a mishap from US in the future. POTUS is told that the MAJORITY of the lights seen in the sky are from our own craft operating in the future and creating a temporal butterfly effect. They are told that what the ancients saw in the sky was often the exact same phenomenon….
POTUS is under the impression that because of tests being run in Roswell during the same time that future craft were operating in that Space at a later time… that it caused the craft to pull into the past and crash thus beginning the new tech boom after WWII.
This more accurate account of what happened at Roswell, when compared to an official USAF report released in 1995, will nevertheless disappoint many wanting full disclosure of the extraterrestrial intervention in human affairs that stretches back into antiquity.It appears that those briefing Trump have decided that it is too soon for humanity to be told the full truth, and that a “limited hangout” must be put into effect, and Roswell will be the linchpin for that to happen.
Goode continued to explain what he had been told by his sources:
There is a constant contact between the present and the future since the late 50’s. The ‘PLAN’ that Q often mentions was delivered to the mid 1960’s ‘pre-alliance’ members in full and that plan has been followed ever since. These people carry these weird looking pagers (like from the 80’s/90’s) that has a flip out keyboard that allows the person to communicate with their FUTURE self and command center within these programs.
There are Quantum Computers that are used for this communication and it operates in ‘reciprocal dimensions’ where time flows in different directions and at different rates. Data is transmitted in these alternate dimensions.
There is a major time war going on between humans from 2 timelines. One is more of the ‘Wing Maker’ type of future where AI controls a very small population on Earth. There is another group fighting to preserve the timeline by stopping the manipulation of timelines so that they all collapse into the proper one (per ET / Anshar Guidance).
This will not be the first time that a narrative explaining a temporal war between two factions of future humans has been leaked into the public arena.
Back in 2004, Dan Burisch, a microbiologist, came forward to reveal what he had witnessed in classified programs about the existence of two factions of time-traveling future humans (aka extraterrestrials) trying to deal with a converging timeline paradox that would occur by 2012. Of course, what Burisch predicted did not happen suggesting that he was disseminating disinformation in a limited hangout, or such a converging timeline paradox had been delayed.
I did have a series of email Q&A’s with Burisch back in April 2004, and concluded he was part of a limited hangout. It’s no great surprise that information similar to his is now being spun for a more modern audience including Trump, according to Goode:
We are told that some of these people from the future are working directly with elements of current era deep black intel agencies. They have portals in these locations that they do point to point transfers of people and supplies from.
Very interesting stuff… and I can see how POTUS would buy this over little green men. Especially with his history with his uncle who worked on the Tesla papers.
Goode was here referring to Dr. John Trump who was a full professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1943 when he was asked by the FBI to evaluate the national security implications of the papers of the recently deceased Nikola Tesla. Professor Trump later told his nephew, Donald, about some of the advanced technologies used in classified programs, which has led to much speculation over what the current President knows about flying saucers and the Roswell crash.
On July 13, I spoke with Goode who explained that future disclosure announcements will be limited to advanced technology patents that will be released to the general public, similar to five recent patents granted to the US Navy concerning electromagnetic propulsion, power and defense. This patents oriented disclosure process will better familiarize the scientific community and public with principles of time travel and electromagnetic propulsion in order to get them to accept the limited hangout narrative that all UFO sightings involve humans from the future.
Goode explained that the Deep State’s limited disclosure narrative is to be dragged out for as much as 50 years. This will prevent the truth from emerging about what has been occurring since the World War II era concerning extraterrestrial visitors and reverse engineering programs. Space Force will gradually incorporate advanced technologies used in secret space programs, but there will be no public acknowledgement that such technologies were covertly used prior to the formation of Space Force. More of what was covered in our July 13 discussion will be released soon.
The fact that Roswell has been put on the public radar by Trump and his son does make it very possible that the first official disclosures about the UFO phenomenon is going to involve this classic 1947 flying saucer event. The language used by Trump in describing his knowledge of the incident, “it’s very interesting”, does suggest he was briefed about a more terrestrial explanation, than extraterrestrial visitors. “Time traveling humans”, as Goode claims his sources told him, would be more consistent with Trump’s low-key response to the question posed by his son.
The explanation that Roswell involved time traveling future humans who arranged for the crash to occur to speed up our technological development certainly sounds plausible, and will appeal to those wielding Occam’s Razor to dismiss the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Nevertheless, we need to keep in mind that even such a significant disclosure would still be a limited hangout designed to punt the full truth far into the future.
The US Senate Select Committee for Intelligence has just approved a bill that includes a request for the Intelligence Community to write up a comprehensive report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs, aka UFOs) in 180 days. Most importantly, the report will be unclassified, meaning that its findings are intended to be released to the general public.
The eventual Intelligence Community report is intended to be a comprehensive interagency breakdown and analysis of what’s behind the UAP phenomena. Will the report turn out to be the official disclosure announcement that UFO activists have been working towards for decades, or will it become a limited hangout to hide the truth?
In the comments portion of the proposed Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 there is a section titled “Advanced Aerial Threats”, which begins by asserting the Committee’s concerns that no unified reporting mechanism exists for UAPs/UFOs given the potential threat they pose to US national security:
The Committee supports the efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence to standardize collection and reporting on unidentified aerial phenomenon, any links they have to adversarial foreign governments, and the threat they pose to U.S. military assets and installations. However, the Committee remains concerned that there is no unified, comprehensive process within the Federal Government for collecting and analyzing intelligence on unidentified aerial phenomena, despite the potential threat.
It’s important to emphasize that the Committee is particularly concerned about UAPs and “any links they have to adversarial foreign governments.”
The bill goes on to propose that the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) oversees the development of a comprehensive report:
Therefore, the Committee directs the DNI, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of such other agencies as the Director and Secretary jointly consider relevant, to submit a report within 180 days of the date of enactment of the Act, to the congressional intelligence and armed services committees on unidentified aerial phenomena (also known as ‘‘anomalous aerial vehicles’’), including observed airborne objects that have not been identified.
The Senate Committee next outlines the different intelligence sources that are required to submit information for the report. The exhaustive listing shows that the report is intended to be very comprehensive:
A detailed analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena data and intelligence reporting collected or held by the Office of Naval Intelligence, including data and intelligence reporting held by the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force;
A detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data collected by:
geospatial intelligence;
signals intelligence;
human intelligence; and
measurement and signals intelligence;
A detailed analysis of data of the FBI, which was derived from investigations of intrusions of unidentified aerial phenomena data over restricted United States airspace;
A detailed description of an interagency process for ensuring timely data collection and centralized analysis of all unidentified aerial phenomena reporting for the Federal Government, regardless of which service or agency acquired the information;
Identification of an official accountable for the process described in paragraph 4;
Identification of potential aerospace or other threats posed by the unidentified aerial phenomena to national security, and an assessment of whether this unidentified aerial phenomena activity may be attributed to one or more foreign adversaries;
Identification of any incidents or patterns that indicate a potential adversary may have achieved breakthrough aerospace capabilities that could put United States strategic or conventional forces at risk; and
Recommendations regarding increased collection of data, enhanced research and development, and additional funding and other resources. The report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
What’s noteworthy in the Committee’s request is that there will be an official who will be given responsibility for overseeing the interagency process for releasing all UAP/UFO data. In addition to the intelligence community, this also includes the FBI and its ongoing investigations of UAPs.
Most significant is the Committee’s request that any breakthrough aerospace technologies possessed by foreign adversaries are included in the report. More specifically, the Committee is concerned that foreign adversaries, China, Russia, etc., have achieved technological breakthroughs in the aerospace arena that threatens US national security.
China, in particular, has made incredible strides over the last few decades in developing a secret space program based on advanced aerospace technology secrets and designs obtained from the US Air Force. In fact, the lead Chinese scientist who set up their secret space program, Dr. Tsien Hsue-shen (aka Qian Xuesen) began his career by working for the US (Army) Air Force in the 1940s, and co-wrote the blueprints for future advanced aerospace technologies based on retrieved Nazi and crashed UFO craft. It’s important to keep in mind that the Advanced Aerial Threats section included in the bill just passed by the Senate Intelligence Committee still has to pass the full Senate. It then needs to be similarly passed by the House of Representatives, and finally signed into law by President Donald Trump. It’s not clear exactly when the bill will be enacted into law, but once it is, the 180 day countdown for the report’s release will begin.
Given the bill was passed on a bipartisan basis (14 votes in favor, 1 against), it can be concluded with great confidence that in early 2021, the US public will get to read a comprehensive UAP report by the Intelligence Community.
Why did the Senate Intelligence Committee include this unprecedented request to the Intelligence Community in the 2021 Intelligence Authorization Act?

The involvement of DeLonge and his TTSA in lobbying for passages dealing with “Advanced Aerial Threats” does raise suspicions over the real agenda behind the request for a comprehensive report. Is the request for a UAP report something to be embraced as the long-awaited official disclosure anticipated by DeLonge and the UFO community, or is it a limited hangout by the Deep State designed to raise money for corporate run classified programs?
In the past, I’ve raised my concerns that DeLonge and his TTSA are involved in a limited hangout and is heavily influenced, if not controlled, by compromised Deep State officials. Yet, there’s no doubt that the impending passage of the Intelligence Authorization Act with passages on “Advanced Aerial Threats” is a major step forward that carries great significance for the UFO Disclosure Community.
The fact that it is happening after a new DNI Director, John Ratcliff, was officially confirmed by the US Senate on May 21 is a very encouraging sign. Ratcliff is a strong ally of President Trump, and has the authority to put a White Hat in charge of overseeing the interagency effort to release information to be included in a comprehensive report on UAPs/UFOs.
It’s perhaps no coincidence that in a June 18 interview, Trump was asked about UFOs by his son, Don Jr. President Trump said that information about Roswell is very interesting and that he will consider declassifying it in the future. Could the Intelligence report to be issued by Ratcliff be a vehicle for disclosure of many secrets behind the Roswell crash and Area 51?
Rather than the requested Intelligence report being a Deep State orchestrated limited hangout, as contended by some of DeLonge’s critics, it can very easily become a means for White Hats in the Trump administration to officially disclose major components of secret space programs developed by its major adversaries, China and Russia.
Once the Intelligence Community releases its report on the foreign aerospace technologies possessed by China, Russia and other “foreign” sources linked to UAP sightings, the stage will be set for the future disclosures concerning the USAF’s own secret space program, which is currently in the process of being transferred to the newly created Space Force.
Ratcliff and White Hats in the Trump administration can use the requested report to disclose to the America public important truths about suppressed advanced aerospace technologies and secret space programs.
The disclosures on UAPs and UFOs that lie ahead promise to be momentous even if the original intent in the Congressional bill was to limit the report to what China and Russia have secretly developed. Predictably such revelations will lead to calls for Congress to massively increase funds for Space Force so it can quickly develop and deploy similar technologies for national security purposes.
Clearly, the November 3 Presidential elections will impact on what comes out in Ratcliff’s UAP report anticipated in early 2021. Assuming President Trump wins re-election, then he and Ratcliff will be in a powerful position to disclose far more than merely what the Intelligence Community suspects China and Russia have secretly developed in the aerospace arena.
Ratcliff’s UAP report may well be part of an elaborate plan for a decades-old USAF secret space program being covertly transferred to Space Force, and then disclosed by Trump to the American public as newly acquired technologies developed in response to the threat posed by China and Russia’s secret space programs. While such a process would be disingenuous, it would nevertheless be a stepping stone to the public release of many revolutionary aerospace technologies that could transform life on our planet.
On June 18, President Donald Trump was interviewed by his son, Donald Trump, Jr., and was asked about the existence of alien/extraterrestrial life and its connection to the 1947 Roswell UFO incident. The President’s answer appeared to support decades-long rumors of an extraterrestrial crash at Roswell, and even hinted that the truth might be declassified before he leaves office.
Trump’s willingness to respond to such a controversial question, which was also answered by the mysterious military intelligence group Q(Anon) less than two years earlier, raises the intriguing possibility that a coordinated UFO disclosure campaign is underway where the world may soon learn the truth about what really happened at Roswell.
To begin with, it’s worth pointing out that the initial news reports on the Roswell incident were based on an official US Army Air Force Press Release that reported a flying saucer had crashed per an intelligence assessment made by two of its officers.
Only hours later, however, more senior Army Air Force officials came forward to refute the initial Press Release and claimed only a weather balloon had crashed. In this second Press Release, one of the two intelligence officers, Major Jesse Marcel, was shown crouching over the remains of a balloon appearing to settle the matter as a case of mistaken identity.
Over three decades later, in 1978, Major Marcel, came forward to reveal the truth about what he had seen. Ever since his public emergence there has been an intense debate over the reality of what happened at Roswell with growing evidence of an official government cover up.
The resulting controversy has turned the small New Mexico town of Roswell into a Mecca of UFO alien stories with a museum and annual conferences that have steadily grown over the years.
In raising the issue of aliens and Roswell, Trump Jr., indicated that he was genuinely intrigued by decades old reports of an alien crash and wanted to know the truth. In fact, he emphasized the personal importance of this issue to him, and he wanted an answer from his father. Here’s the transcript of the dialogue between Trump Jr (DJT, Jr) and President Trump (POTUS):
[DJT Jr.] Before you leave office will you let us know if there are aliens, because this is the only thing I really want to know. I want to know what’s going on. Would you ever open up Roswell, let us know what’s really going on there.
[POTUS] So many people ask me that question.
[DJT, Jr.] It sounds almost ridiculous but it’s actually the real question and what I got …
[POTUS] A cute question but it’s actually, there are millions and millions of people that want to go there that want to see it. I won’t talk to you what I know about it, but it’s very interesting. But Roswell is a very interesting place, with a lot of people that would like to know what’s going on.
[DJT. Jr.] So you’re saying you may declassify, you’ll take it.
[POTUS] I’ll have to think about that one.
President Trump was clearly very cautious in his reply, but two things stand out. First, he said that he “won’t talk about what I know about it” and that the truth about the incident is “very interesting”.
Trump’s acknowledgement that he knows something that he is not yet prepared to publicly disclose does indicate that he has received an official briefing on the topic, which is highly classified and which he has to think about declassifying.
What lends added plausibility to such a conclusion is a cryptic comment by the military intelligence group, Q(Anon), which is closely associated with the Trump administration and with the President in particular.
In a September 19, 2018 response to a series of random question on the 8chan forum, Q chose to respond to questions about extraterrestrial life and Roswell.
Q’s response clearly suggested that extraterrestrial life is real and that what happened at Roswell has the “highest classification”. More importantly, Q’s response strongly suggests that President Trump has received a briefing by military-intelligence officials associated with Q who are revealing to him many secrets long kept hidden by the Deep State from US Presidents.
The fact that Q (Anon) picked a random question about Roswell to concretely acknowledge both its existence and the reality of extraterrestrial life in September 2018, along with Trump., Jr. raising a similar Roswell question with POTUS in June 2020, emphasizing that it is the “only thing I really want to know” does raise the possibility that the question and answer were orchestrated.
Critically, the raising of Roswell and extraterrestrial issues only five months before the most significant Presidential election in history does emphasize the intriguing possibility that President Trump is in a position to disclose the truth about what he knows. If so, Trump will go down in history as the “UFO disclosure” President.
From 1974 – 1977, Werner Von Braun began privately telling Carol Rosin, a colleague at a major aerospace company Fairchild Industries, about a sequence of contrived global false flag “cards” such as asteroid impacts and extraterrestrial invasion, which would lead to the militarization of space and usher in a New World Order. Now more than 40 years later, the sequence predicted by Von Braun appears to be on the verge of playing out as mainstream media increasingly speculate about asteroid strikes and an alien invasion in what many believe are cases of predictive programming.
Given Von Braun’s background as a former Nazi and the existence of a breakaway Nazi colony in South America and Antarctica in the post-World War II era seeking to establish a Fourth Reich, a key question is whether Von Braun’s warning was genuine or whether it was part of a deception by the Fourth Reich.
In answering such a question, it’s important to understand why Von Braun went to work with Fairchild Industries, where he learned about the planned sequence of false flag cards being discussed at boardroom meetings as described by Rosin in Part 1 of this series.
After NASA made the decision to end the Apollo Program, Von Braun decided to retire on May 26, 1972, six months before the launch of Apollo 17, the last moon landing mission. He had been the Director of NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center (1960-1972), where he led the largely German engineering teams designing the Saturn V rockets that would power the Apollo Program.
Von Braun joined Fairchild Industries as a Vice President for Engineering and Development. Fairchild Industries was one of the aerospace contractors that was secretly involved in building a ring-shaped “Von Braun” space station based on Von Braun’s early designs for the USAF and the National Reconnaissance Office, as explained in chapter 13 of my book, the US Air Force Secret Space Program.
What is not widely known about the Apollo Program is that it was used as a very effective cover for massive amounts of funding, resources, and personnel covertly being transferred to Antarctica to help the expansion of a breakaway German Space Program hidden in underground bases.
In chapter 12 of the US Air Force Secret Space Program (2019), I detail how the Apollo program was used as part of an agreement reached between the Eisenhower Administration and the Antarctica based German colony, also known as the Fourth Reich.
Von Braun’s job at NASA was to mislead the US public about the potential of rocket propelled space travel, while ensuring the German space program in Antarctica had all the resources and personnel it needed for its electromagnetically propelled spacecraft to start space colonization on the Moon, Mars, and elsewhere in our solar system. Put simply, while the Apollo program got Americans to the Moon, it got Germans to Mars and beyond.
In return for its covert help through the Apollo program, the US military gained scientific assistance in its efforts to study and reverse engineer captured extraterrestrial technologies from former Nazi scientists who were brought into the US under Operation Paperclip (1945-1959). Many were secretly working for the Fourth Reich either voluntarily or were coerced to do so.
Werner Von Braun was among a select group of Operation Paperclip scientists who were asked to evaluate the remains of the 1947 Roswell Crash for the US (Army) Air Force as revealed in a leaked Majestic 12 document called the Counter Intelligence Corps/Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit Report:
Select scientists from the General Advisory Committee of the Atomic Energy Commission, most notably DR. J. ROBERT OPPENHEIMER, was interviewed at LZ-2 (second Roswell UFO crash site) as well as other members. Among PAPERCLIP specialists identified at LZ-2 were DR. WERNER VON BRAUN (Fort Bliss); DR ERNST STEINHOFF (AMC [Air Materiel Command, Wright Field]) and DR. HUBERTUS STRUGHOLD (AEROMEDICAL LAB, RANDOLPH FIELD).
This leaked Majestic document has an authenticity rating “Medium-High Level of Authenticity” according to a scale developed by Dr. Robert Wood and his son Ryan using a number of criteria developed for evaluating leaked government documents.
What helps corroborate the document’s account of the role played by Von Braun in evaluating the Roswell debris as an expert scientific consultant is a former NASA Spacecraft Operator, Clark McClelland, who asked Von Braun about the Roswell UFO crash.
Von Braun told McClelland about the incident on the condition that no details would be revealed until after his death.
Dr. Von Braun explained how he and unnamed associates had been taken to the crash site after the bulk of the military personnel had left the scene. They did a quick once over of the site, Van Braun stated. He related how the exterior of the space craft was not metal as we know it, but appeared to be made of something biological, like skin….
And yes, there were alien bodies which were being kept in a medical tent near the UFO. The beings were small, very frail, and reptilian in nature. Von Braun compared their skin to rattlesnakes that he and his group had encountered at White Sands.
Von Braun was puzzled by the nature of the debris. The material was very thin, aluminum colored, similar to chewing gum wrapping, according to the scientist.
The leaked Majestic 12 document and McClelland’s recollection does show that Von Braun and other Paperclip Scientists were actively advising the US [Army] Air Force on recovered alien technologies from Roswell and other locations from July 1947.
Dr. Arthur Rudolph was also a German rocket scientist that was brought into the US in Operation Paperclip. He worked at both NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Marshall Space Flight Center as the chief architect for the Saturn 5 engines that powered the Apollo program and as Von Braun’s Special Assistant up to January 1969. Rudolph has been identified as working with the US Air Force in studying and reverse engineering a captured extraterrestrial spacecraft, especially after his “official” retirement in 1969.
David Adair, who designed an “Electromagnetic Fusion Containment Engine” for the US Air Force in 1971, describes how Rudolph was leading a highly classified scientific effort to reverse engineer a captured extraterrestrial spacecraft stored at Area 51. Adair described how Rudolph had authority over senior Air Force officials and was being actively helped by the CIA.
So, if German Paperclip scientists were helping the USAF study and reverse engineer alien technologies, were they genuinely assisting, or were they double agents sabotaging US efforts?
William “Bill” Tompkins, a draftsman/engineer with Douglas Aircraft, TRW, and other leading aerospace companies during the 1950s-70s, describes how the German Paperclip scientists occupying senior corporate positions would sabotage industry efforts to build electromagnetic and torsion field propulsion systems.
And even at Douglas and over at TRW, and all these other companies, General Dynamics included, some top-level people were throwing negatives on everything that we were attempting to do. So, you must ask the question: “Why do we have so much of this sabotage happening at such a high level in technology in the country, and in the whole military?” And, who is telling them to try to stop everything, try to cut it down when we’re trying to help ourselves? (Selected by Extraterrestrials, Vol 2, p. 92)
The power of a mysterious Fourth Reich over Operation Paperclip scientists, some of whom were forced to sabotage US R&D efforts is illustrated by McClelland who says he personally witnessed the former Nazi SS general Hans Kammler in the mid-1960s at the NASA office of Dr. Kurt Debus, head of the Kennedy Space Center. Kammler had escaped from Nazi Germany before its collapse to South America and Antarctica to help the Fourth Reich expand its underground bases there.
McClelland described the powerful influence exerted over the German scientists working for NASA who feared Kammler and the shadowy Fourth Reich:
I opened his office door and saw two people I had not seen at KSC [Kennedy Space Center]. He introduced me to both men. He only gave me their first names during the introduction…. One was introduced to me as Sigfried and the other was introduced as Hans…. Both had the look of Nazi High Command Officers…. Today I am certain of who these two men were. I eventually learned from other German scientists that one of them me was Siegfried Knemeyer. He was a very high ranking Nazi Oberst Officer in the Luftwaffe… The other man was difficult to recognize until I saw an older photo of him after he had later entered the USA. He was in my opinion Heinz (Hans) Kammler…. There were rumors after WWII that Kammler had made a deal with General George Patton to turn over German Top Secret technology for his support in getting Kammler into the USA. That may have actually happened. I personally believe it did happen. (The Stargate Chronicles, ch. 15).
What emerges from the testimonies of Adair, McClelland, Tompkins, and others is that the US military industrial complex had been successfully infiltrated by the Fourth Reich using Operation Paperclip scientists who were either forced or willingly working as double agents.
While the German scientists appeared to be providing technical assistance for US rocket and other advanced aerospace programs, many were sabotaging US industry efforts to replicate the advanced aerospace technologies the Nazis had reverse engineered from extraterrestrial spacecraft.
This naturally raises the question of whether Von Braun had truly broken free of all Nazi influences while heading the Marshall Space Flight Center and building the Saturn V rockets for the Apollo program, or whether he was a double agent.
Adair’s recollection of a warning given to him by Von Braun about Rudolph does suggest that as the inaugural Director of the Marshall Center, Von Braun was being handled by Rudolph who was the project director for the Saturn V rocket, and later Von Braun’s Special Assistant:
The thing is, von Braun warned me that if during my rocket work, I should encounter a man named Dr. Arthur Rudolph, I should be extremely careful because he was so dangerous.
It appears that Von Braun and other German Paperclip scientists were intimidated by Rudolph – an ardent Nazi – who was almost certainly recruited by Kammler as a key operative for the Fourth Reich. Rudolph’s covert mission was to coerce Paperclip scientists to do the bidding of the Antarctic Germans or face severe consequences.
If Von Braun either voluntarily or was coerced to work as a double agent for the Fourth Reich, this raises the question of what his true agenda was when he met Carol Rosin at Fairchild Industries in 1974.
Was Von Braun truthful to Rosin in warning her of a Deep State plot to stage an alien false flag invasion to justify space weapons, or was he attempting to sabotage US military efforts to one day bridge the defense technology gap with the German secret space program?
The Apollo Program took away valuable resources from scientific research and development of electromagnetic and torsion field propulsion systems, which the Germans had mastered for their Antarctica space fleet described by various insiders as the “Dark Fleet” or “Nacht Waffen” (Night Weapons)
Understanding Von Braun’s true role in the US Apollo and German Antarctic space programs is vital context for analyzing his subsequent opposition to space weapons, as recalled by Rosin. Was Von Braun genuinely committed to eliminating weapons in space as he convinced Rosin during the final years of his life, or was he a double agent secretly working for the Fourth Reich Antarctic Germans?
Just as Von Braun and other former Nazi scientists convinced the US Congress and the scientific community that rocket propulsion was the key to future space travel, as a distraction from the true potential of electromagnetic and torsion field propulsion systems, was Von Braun sowing the seeds for handicapping a future US military space program that could one day threaten or rival the German’s Dark Fleet/Nacht Waffen through advanced space weapons?
Shortly before his death in 1977, Werner Von Braun, a pioneer in both German and US rocket programs, warned that a group of global controllers, aka Deep State, would systematically move through a series of false flag events or “cards”, that would be played in a sequence designed to ultimately militarize space and usher in a New World Order.
Von Braun gave his famous warning to Carol Rosin, who, from 1974 to 1977, was a corporate manager at Fairchild Industries, Inc., a major aerospace contractor that Von Braun had joined two years earlier. Rosin says that Von Braun asked her to be his spokesperson after being diagnosed with terminal cancer and revealed an elaborate plan by the US military industrial complex to weaponize space.
In a recorded video interview from December 2000 for the Disclosure Project, Rosin described the following sequence of false flag events Von Braun explained to her:
The strategy that Wernher von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had ‘killer satellites.’ We were then told that they were coming to get us and control us — that they were ‘commies.’
Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism.
Then we were going to identify Third World-country ‘crazies.’ We now call them ‘nations of concern.’ But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based missiles.
The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point, he kind of chuckled the first time he said it. Asteroids — against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons.
And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up the last card. Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie.
As to identifying the group orchestrating this series of contrived global events, Rosin was reluctant to give names but said:
The room was filled with people in the revolving door game. There were people that I had seen once in a military uniform and other times in a gray suit and an industry outfit. These people play a revolving door game. They work as consultants, industry people and/or military and intelligence people. They work in the industries and they revolved themselves through these doors and right into government positions.
Rosin’s description of what was taking place in the boardroom of Fairchild Industry is very revealing about the company’s key role within the military industrial complex, and how the Deep State operates by manipulating global events and mainstream media narratives.
The sequence of contrived global events described by Von Braun reflected how far forward in time the Deep State projects its plans. Now almost 50 years later, we see the sequence described by Von Braun being played out in real time.
Russia, terrorism and rogue nations have collectively dominated decades of news cycles. More recently, we are witnessing an increasing number of stories of killer asteroids just missing the Earth in the mainstream media. The most recent examples are three massive killer asteroids heading towards the Earth and predicted to fly close by on June 6,8, and 20, any of which could cause cataclysmic damage.
Additional “cards” can be found in the Deep State playing deck described by Von Braun back in the 1970s. This includes a global pandemic, which was discussed in the City of London by a high-level group of bureaucrats in 2005 as part of a covert Deep State plan to usher in a New World Order.
Von Braun’s warning alerts us to the threat of an alien invasion being used as the final card in a long sequence of contrived events that would justify the weaponization of space, and the establishment of a New World Order desired by the Deep State.
Now there is a steady stream of news articles pointing to the possibility of an alien invasion in a post-COVID world. The potential for such an event occurring in the run-up to the 2020 election is a distinct possibility given the Deep State’s determination to remove the Trump administration by any means possible.
A paper leaked on October 18, 2016, allegedly by a major Democratic consulting firm, the Benenson Strategy Group, discussed the possibility of a staged alien invasion keeping Trump supporters home and helping the Clinton campaign win the 2016 election.
The paper reviewed some of the advanced holographic technologies that could be used in staging such a false flag event. While the paper’s authenticity remains disputed, it nevertheless showed how the alien invasion card could be used for electoral purposes.
As we approach the November 3 US Presidential Election, could the alien invasion card be played as Von Braun warned about back in the 1970s? Or did Von Braun have an entirely different purpose for telling Rosin about the alien invasion card being used by the military industrial complex?
Rather than heroically attempting to prevent the militarization of space, was Von Braun a double agent for an Antarctica-based breakaway German Colony wanting to prevent the US military from ever threatening their secret space program?
At the unveiling of the Space Force’s new flag on May 15, President Donald Trump delivered remarks claiming that Space Force is the first attempt by the US to deploy weapons and military forces in space, and the US is merely reacting to what China and Russia have previously done with their own respective space forces. Trump referred to fantastic new weapons systems that are being developed for Space Force, which are far more powerful than anything possessed by China and Russia.
Trump’s remarks are highly significant. They reveal a covert strategy of transferring weapons systems acquired secretly by a decades-long US Air Force led secret space program to Space Force, and proclaiming these as new weapons designed to counter recent Chinese and Russian advances in space technology.
Here’s what Trump said at the flag unveiling ceremony:
Well, thank you very much. This is a very special moment because this is the presentation of the Space Force flag. So we’ve worked very hard on this. And it’s so important from a defensive standpoint, from an offensive standpoint, from every standpoint there is.
As you know, China and Russia, perhaps others, started off a lot sooner than us. We should have started this a long time ago, but we’ve made up for it in spades. We have developed some of the most incredible weapons anyone has ever seen, and it’s moving along very rapidly. And we have tremendous people in charge.
After saying China and Russia got the early jump on the US, Trump went on to assert that “we have developed some of the most incredible weapons anyone has ever seen.” This is a very revealing statement which I will soon return to after briefly reviewing the respective conventional space forces developed by the US, Russia, and China.
Trump’s statement that China and Russia “started off a lot sooner than us” is a reference to the creation of new military branches exclusively dedicated to space operations and the deployment of advanced space weapons.
In the case of the US Space Force, the first call for its creation occurred during the Bill Clinton Administration (1993-2001). A Congressional Commission headed by Congressman Donald Rumsfeld (before he was appointed Secretary of Defense) advocated the creation of a Space Corps as a separate military branch back in a March 2001 report.
The September 11, 2001 (false flag) terrorist attacks and the subsequent “war on terror” delayed the creation of a Space Corps until it was revived by Republican Congressman Mike Rogers in 2017, and eventually endorsed by Donald Trump in March 2018 as Space Force. After Congress approved the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act that incorporated the “Space Force Act”, Trump signed it into law on December 20, 2019, formally creating the sixth branch of the US military.
Four years earlier, however, both Russia and China created Space Forces as new subordinate branches in their respective military services, which is why Trump is claiming the US is catching up to these major space adversaries in his speech.
On August 1, 2015, Russia re-established its Space Force under the newly reorganized and renamed Russian Aerospace Forces that combined the Russian Air Force with its former strategic missile defense forces. As a subordinate military branch dedicated exclusively to space operations, the Russian Space Forces focuses on a range of missions as described by the website of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation:
Monitoring space objects and identification of potential threats to the Russian Federation in space and from space, prevention of attacks as needed;
Carrying out spacecraft launches and placing into orbit, controlling satellite systems, including Integrated ones (intended to be used for both military and civilian purposes) in flight, and using separate ones towards providing the Russian Federation Armed Forces with the necessary information;
Maintaining both military and integrated satellite systems with launching installations and assets of control in the workable order, and a number of other tasks.
Only a few months later, in December 2015, China developed a subordinate branch of its People’s Liberation Army (PLA) called the “Strategic Support Force”, which integrated space operations that were previously widely dispersed. Here is how Elysa Kanta, writing for Defense One, described the PLA’s Strategic Support Force (PLASSF):
[T]the PLASSF’s Space Systems Department (航天系统部), evidently a de facto ‘Space Force’ for the Chinese military, has consolidated control over a critical mass of China’s space-based and space-related capabilities. The establishment of a unified structure through the Space Systems Department seems to reflect a response to organizational challenges that resulted from the prior dispersal of these forces, systems, and authorities across the former General Armament Department and General Staff Department.
Consequently, while it is true that Russia and China’s respective Space Forces predate the creation of the US Space Force by four years, it’s wrong to believe that the US is playing catch up to military resources that Russia and China have previously developed and deployed in space.
The formation of the US Space Force is indeed proceeding slowly and lags behind its rival military branches in Russia and China. Currently, the number of Space Force personnel only includes its Chief of Space Operations, General John Raymond, the senior enlisted officer, CMS Roger Towberman, and 86 recent graduates from the US Air Force Academy. While 16,000 personnel are temporarily assigned to Space Force, these are all USAF airmen until they are formally reassigned, which may take up to early 2021 due to the complex bureaucratic process in transferring thousands of personnel from one military branch to another.
Also, Space Force is still in the process of having Air Force bases reassigned and renamed, after having had new uniforms designed on January 17, its seal approved on January 24, and now an official flag. All this indeed gives the impression that the US Space Force is still a few years off from matching what China and Russia have achieved in space, just as Trump described.
However, what Trump didn’t mention is that the USAF has developed and deployed a secret space program that includes squadrons of electromagnetically propelled spacecraft that utilize antigravity principles, along with powerful space-based weapons systems.
In the US Air Force Secret Space Program(2019), I provided extensive documentation and insider testimonies detailing the history of reverse-engineered spacecraft that were first deployed in the 1970s. I described how the USAF had deployed various designs such as saucer, triangle, and even rectangle-shaped craft that are weapons platforms.
Recently, it was learned that the cigar-shaped “Tic Tac” craft recorded by Navy pilots in 2004 were in fact USAF spacecraft being tested against the Navy’s most advanced radar and aircraft intercept technologies. The Tic Tac craft was built by a major US aerospace contractor located at Plant 42, which is adjacent to Edwards Air Force Base.
As described in the US Air Force Secret Space Program, these advanced space assets are in the process of being transferred over to Space Force. The process will take several years and will require public disclosure by the Trump Administration of these newly acquired technologies, and how they were developed.
In his Space Force flag ceremony speech, Trump is clearly laying the foundation for disclosing the “most incredible weapons anyone has ever seen”, and asserting these were only recently developed for Space Force in order to counter the advanced space weapons produced by the Russians and Chinese. The truth is that Space Force is inheriting such weapons from a decades-long USAF secret space program that long ago weaponized space.
Rather than playing catch up to Russia and China, the US has been the clear leader when it comes to the development and deployment of advanced weapons technology in space. This is why China has been hacking, spying on and stealing US advanced space technology secrets for the last three decades to bridge the technology gap, as I described in great detail in Rise of the Red Dragon (2020).
Space Force provides a convenient means of disclosing advanced space technologies that the US has secretly used for decades, without revealing too much about their historical development and deployment. President Trump’s remarks lay the foundation for declassifying advanced electromagnetic technologies that have bewildered Navy pilots and the public for decades in countless UFO sightings.
The dropping of all charges against Lt Gen Michael Flynn brings to an end a lengthy legal battle stemming from the Russian Collusion investigation of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and his subsequent administration. While there are certain to be powerful legal consequences for the perjury trap launched by senior FBI officials against Flynn, who had just begun his short stint as Trump’s National Security Advisor, what remains to be answered is why was Flynn targeted? Did it have anything to do with Flynn’s knowledge of UFOs, secret space programs and his new position where he could legally gain access to and disclose such information to Trump, who in turn would be able to disclose it to the general public?
It’s important to emphasize that as a former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) from July 2012 to August 2014, Flynn would have been briefed on an extensive number of Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs) run by or involving the DIA. Perhaps even more significantly, he would have learned about those USAP’s which the DIA Director and his Deputy had been denied access.
USAPs he would have been briefed about included a secret space program run by the US Air Force and the National Reconnaissance Office with the help of the National Security Agency and the DIA. The collaboration of these different Department of Defense entities in USAP’s involving space is discussed in my USAF Secret Space Program: Shifting Extraterrestrial Alliances & Space Force (2019).
Additional USAPs run by major aerospace companies involving reverse engineering captured extraterrestrial technologies would have been of much interest to the DIA Director, despite lacking formal oversight responsibilities, as I will shortly show.
One of Flynn’s responsibilities as DIA Director was to coordinate the gathering and analysis of intelligence data concerning the space capabilities of potential US military rivals. This included China which Flynn had extensively investigated as part of his intelligence portfolio during his military career.
At the same time, Flynn and his predecessors as DIA Directors were greatly interested in what major aerospace companies were researching, building, and deploying for their confidential “customers”.
A clue into just how much a DIA Director and/or his deputy is briefed on secret space programs and the reverse engineering of captured alien technologies behind them is gained by examining the case of one of Flynn’s predecessors, Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, and what he knew of such programs.
On April 10, 1997, then Rear Admiral Wilson received an informal UFO briefing by former Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell and Stephen Greer, an emergency room physician from North Carolina who would soon after launch the famed Disclosure Project. After Wilson was given information about an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) involving the reverse engineering of a recovered alien spacecraft, he looked into it and was denied access by three corporate officials even though he occupied the concurrent positions of Deputy Director of the DIA and Vice Director for Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff from November 1994 to September 1997.
Wilson was very unhappy with the situation and expressed his frustration to Mitchell and Greer who both publicly revealed elements of what had happened. In 2019, a 15-page document that Mitchell had acquired of a verbatim interview between Admiral Wilson and a prominent physicist, Dr. Eric Davis, surfaced after Mitchell’s death, providing significantly more details of what had happened.
Wilson had appealed to the Special Access Program Oversight Committee to be granted access to a reverse engineering program run by the aerospace company but was denied. Furthermore, Wilson was threatened to stop his inquiries, or his military career would suffer.
Wilson acquiesced, and after a short assignment to the CIA, was subsequently promoted to Vice Admiral and became Director of the DIA from July 1999 to July 2002. Importantly, Wilson was backed by his superior, Lt General Patrick Hughes, who had sat in on the April 1997 “briefing” along with other DIA officials ensuring that the Wilson incident was now part of the institutional memory of the DIA rather than an isolated incident involving one official that would be forgotten.
Shortly after his July 2002 retirement, Wilson met with Davis in October and disclosed details of what had happened in the hope of learning more about the corporate-run program. I covered the October 2002 meeting in a series of three articles (see Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3).
What the Admiral Wilson affair tells us is that there is a tightly controlled secrecy system in place to restrict access to USAP’s conducted by corporations that are actively reverse engineering extraterrestrial technologies. While DIA Directors have oversight of the end products produced for the Air Force and Navy – electromagnetically propelled antigravity spacecraft – they lack the formal power to investigate what’s happening in corporate-run facilities, many of which are situated on military bases according to multiple insiders.
Consequently, it is certain that Lt General Flynn inherited the institutional memory of the Wilson incident when he became DIA Director in 2012. Flynn would not only have been officially briefed about USAPs related to an Air Force and NRO run secret space program, but also learned about which corporations were conducting reverse engineering programs that he and the DIA did NOT have access to.
The Special Access Program Oversight Committee that denied Wilson access to one of these programs would presumably have similarly denied Flynn access if he had made similar inquiries. Consequently, Flynn would have known that a higher institutional authority would have been required to override the Special Access Program Oversight Committee in order to grant the DIA need-to-know access to such USAPs.
Consequently, the danger posed to the Deep State by Flynn being appointed Trump’s National Security Advisor becomes all too clear. Flynn was in the position to advise Trump to grant the DIA Director and the National Security Advisor need-to-know access to corporate-run reverse engineering programs protected by the Special Access Programs Oversight Committee.
Furthermore, Flynn could arrange for an official briefing where Trump would learn about the secret space program that involved the USAF, NRO, NSA, and DIA. After such an official briefing, Trump would have been in a position to publicly disclose such information if he believed it was in the national interest.
The perjury trap set up by corrupt FBI/Deep State officials against General Flynn was not only a travesty of justice orchestrated by the Deep State to sabotage the Trump Presidency, but was also to prevent Flynn advising Trump in ways that would undermine the decades-long secrecy system.
The exoneration of General Flynn makes it now possible for him to be reappointed to a senior position in the Trump administration, and to facilitate the disclosure of a secret space program and corporate-run alien reverse engineering USAPs.
China is on schedule to launch an orbiter and rover to Mars in July 2020 in a mission called Tianwen-1 – meaning ‘questions to heaven’. While the mission goals for Tianwen-1 appear very mundane – mapping the surface and extracting soil samples – one of the “questions to heaven” that the Chinese are very interested in answering is: “are multiple insider accounts of a German space colony that moved to Mars from Antarctica in the 1950s/1960s true?”
The Tianwen-1 orbiter will be equipped with a high-resolution camera comparable to HiRise on board NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. It also carries a medium-resolution camera, subsurface radar, mineralogy spectrometer, neutral and energetic particle analyzers and a magnetometer. The orbiter will also play a relay role for the mission rover.
The roughly 240-kilogram solar-powered rover is nearly twice the mass of China’s Yutu lunar rovers. It will carry a ground-penetrating radar, multispectral camera, a Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy instrument and payloads for detecting the climate and magnetic environment. The rover has a mission design lifetime of three Earth months. The rover will receive a name through a public vote closer to launch.
The Chinese orbiter and rover will provide independent data to answer many questions Chinese researchers have about Mars in terms of its ancient history and life, without relying on third parties such as NASA and the European Space Agency, which are well known to disseminate disinformation.
The China National Space Administration is well aware of data from NASA’s 1976 Viking mission that showed evidence of both current and ancient life on Mars.
Gilbert Levin’s two experiments conducted by twin landers both showed evidence of microscopic life on Mars. Nevertheless, his positive results were dismissed by NASA as he explained in a 2019 article for Scientific American:
On July 30, 1976, the LR [Labeled Release] returned its initial results from Mars. Amazingly, they were positive. As the experiment progressed, a total of four positive results, supported by five varied controls, streamed down from the twin Viking spacecraft landed some 4,000 miles apart. The data curves signaled the detection of microbial respiration on the Red Planet. The curves from Mars were similar to those produced by LR tests of soils on Earth. It seemed we had answered that ultimate question.
When the Viking Molecular Analysis Experiment failed to detect organic matter, the essence of life, however, NASA concluded that the LR had found a substance mimicking life, but not life. Inexplicably, over the 43 years since Viking, none of NASA’s subsequent Mars landers has carried a life detection instrument to follow up on these exciting results.
Additionally, the Viking orbiter took photos of the famous Face of Mars in the Cydonia region that was analyzed in depth by a number of researchers. Dr. JJ Hurtak was among the first to bring public attention to the existence of artificial structures on Mars revealed by Viking and the earlier Mariner 9 mission in a number of television interviews beginning in 1977.
Officially, NASA cast scorn on the analyses of Hurtak, DiPietro, and Hoagland about the Cydonia region containing the remains of an ancient Martian civilization. Nevertheless, other US government agencies were very interested in Hurtak, DiPietro and Hoagland’s analyses.
A declassified Central Intelligence Agency document reveals that in 1984, the CIA employed a psychic “remote viewer” to look at a region of Mars as it was approximately one million years ago. The remote viewer (Joseph McMoneagle), who was not aware that the coordinates given were on the planet Mars, described seeing pyramids, futuristic technologies, and a very tall human-looking civilization facing impending environmental calamity.
What makes the CIA document remarkable is that the coordinates provided to the remote viewer, Joseph McMoneagle, were of the Cydonia region as depicted in the 1976 Viking Orbiter images of Mars.
There are many questions about microbial and ancient intelligent life on Mars that the Chinese will begin to answer for themselves with the upcoming Tianwen-1 mission. However, the more interesting ‘questions to heaven’ are whether indigenous intelligent life continues to exist on Mars and whether in the 1950s/1960s, a German space colony was established there with US funding and logistical support.
The first report of a German colony being established on Mars came from a Bulgarian electrical engineer, Vladimir Terziski, in the early 1990s. Terziski gave lectures around the US from 1991 to 1993, showing documents and videos of Nazi SS flying saucer prototypes, and of a space operations center established in Antarctica by the Germans.
In the 1950s, after agreements had been reached between the Eisenhower Administration and the German breakaway colony in Antarctica, US resources began to flow to the Germans’ secret space program. This was done under cover of the Apollo program, which was run by German paperclip scientists holding senior leadership positions in NASA.
In chapter 12 of the US Air Force Secret Space Program, I explain how the Apollo program was used to funnel resources and personnel to help the Germans establish colonies on the Moon, Mars, and elsewhere in deep space. The German and US cooperation largely took place through a corporate consortium involving leading German and US corporations.
In 1989, an electrical contractor, Al Bielek, came forward to allege that he and his brother, Duncan Cameron, were taken to Mars through a jump room or teleportation device located at Montauk, Long Island, New York. In interviews, Bielek confirmed the accuracy of the Alternative 3 scenario involving the establishment of bases on the surface of Mars for a continuity of species program as first revealed in a mock British TV documentary.
Bielek said he and Cameron were sent by teleportation technology into ancient bases in the interior of Mars on multiple occasions. He described these bases as approximately 20,000 years old, built by human-looking extraterrestrials and long ago deserted. Along with another witness, the electrical engineer Preston Nichols, all the witnesses emphasized the role of Operation Paperclip German scientists who were very much involved in setting up and running the Montauk Project.
In 2000, Michael Relfe came forward to reveal that he had spent 20 years on Mars as a pilot and psychic on a highly classified space program. His experiences were detailed in a two volume series called The Mars Records. He was the first person to come forward claiming to have participated in a “20 and back program” – wherein an individual is age-regressed and sent back in time to his/her initial deployment, after serving for 20 years in a secret space program.
Relfe’s incredible story was followed in April 2014 by Randy Cramer, who claimed to have spent 17 years on Mars after being signed into the “20 and back program” on a secret moon base called Lunar Operations Command in 1987. He says that his primary mission was as a space marine protecting a corporate-run Mars colony from indigenous life that was highly intelligent, territorial, and aggressive.
Corey Goode first came forward in October 2014 and early 2015 revealing his own experiences in a Navy-run secret space program, Solar Warden, and how he had, on several occasions, traveled to Mars to service equipment for a corporate-run program where Germans occupied senior leadership positions. Goode later revealed a more recent trip to Mars in 2015, about how the Mars (German) colonies were providing advanced technology to as many as 900 different extraterrestrial civilizations.
I compared Relfe, Cramer, and Goode’s respective “20 and back” secret space program experiences in Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs (2015). The congruity of their independent claims was highly significant and supported the idea of advanced Martian colonies established by a German-US corporate alliance.
There continue to be more alleged insiders coming forward with sensational claims of having traveled to Mars and being forced to work with a German-run secret space program in deep (interstellar) space. While such claims continue to raise controversy, the scope of the information and the credentials of some of the insiders is impressive.
The mounting testimonial and documentary evidence of intelligent life on Mars and of the establishment of breakaway German and US corporate-run colonies there would certainly raise legitimate questions for China, especially as it is soon to launch its first official mission to Mars.

In short, China has long suspected that UFOs were surveillance craft belonging to the US and the Soviet Union/Russia rather than being extraterrestrial in origin.
More recently, China has developed squadrons of antigravity spacecraft and is using its conventional rocket-powered space program as a cover for its true military operations in space. By 2030, China aims to achieve strategic dominance in space, which includes the ability to carry out a Space Pearl Harbor against the US if required.
China’s upcoming Tianwen-1 mission will begin the difficult task of answering key questions about the history of intelligent life on Mars, and of alleged corporate-run colonies secretly operating on the red planet. The definitive answers China finds to such questions are likely to shock their military and scientific establishment to the core.
China will confirm that it is a latecomer to human operations on Mars, and is far behind what the German and US corporate alliance have established there dating as far back as the 1950s/1960s. China’s Tianwen-1 mission will likely confirm multiple insider accounts of secret Mars bases and encounter some of the Germans’ advanced antigravity spacecraft. It’s likely to begin the challenging negotiating process that lies ahead if China wants to establish a long term presence on Mars, and hopes to participate in the remarkable scientific developments that are secretly occurring there under German control.
Planned military arrests of Deep State figures have been put on hold until an impending three day shutdown of the internet, according to information presented by David Wilcock in a March 29 webinar. Even more startling is Wilcock’s assertion that at the end of the shutdown, there will be a series of major disclosures covering a spectrum of issues ranging from Deep State crimes to the release of suppressed technologies used in secret space programs. How likely is the sequence of events proposed by Wilcock?
Wilcock’s webinar was watched live by approximately 35,000 viewers, with a total of over 645,000 views to date since its airing. He provided an update to the Defender Europe 20 military exercises, which he explained provided the necessary personnel and equipment that would be used in conjunction with U.S. special forces to raid the European fortresses of senior Deep State figures hiding from secret indictments issued by U.S. grand juries.
As I briefly mentioned in my previous article on Wilcock’s webinar series, the Defender Europe 20 exercises were significantly cut back as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, Wilcock’s claim that newly arrived U.S. personnel and equipment could provide armored support for U.S. special forces conducting mass arrests is still plausible.
In response to the current outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and recent guidance by the United States Secretary of Defense, we have modified exercise Defender-Europe 20 in size and scope. As of March 13, all movement of personnel and equipment from the United States to Europe has ceased…. As we make the appropriate adjustments, the linked exercises to Exercise Defender-Europe 20 – Dynamic Front, Joint Warfighting Assessment, Saber Strike and Swift Response – will not be conducted. We anticipate the involved U.S. armored brigade combat team already deployed to Europe will conduct gunnery and other combined training events with Allies as part of a modified Allied Spirit exercise.
In short, most of the exercises that made up Defender Europe 20 have been canceled, except for the Allied Spirit exercise, which comprises the bulk of six thousand U.S. soldiers shipped to Europe along with “approximately 3,000 pieces of equipment via sea from the United States.” Many of the 3,000 pieces of equipment are 70 ton Abrams tanks to be used in Allied Spirit.
Could a U.S. armored brigade, which normally numbers up to 5,000 personnel, provide the armored support for special forces raiding Deep State compounds to conduct the mass arrests that Wilcock originally contended?
Wilcock cited a number of anonymous sources known to him and secret space program insider, Corey Goode, that confided to him the sequence of events leading up to the mass arrests under the Defender Europe 20 exercises. I have personally met one of the sources, a former NATO general, who Goode introduced me to in September 2017.
After conducting my due diligence, I was able to verify that the General was a retired military official, who has been informally briefing Goode and Wilcock, about events in Europe and around the world. I have also, on occasion, had the General’s briefings passed on to me for review and background information in conducting my secret space program research.
In addition, it’s worth pointing out that another of Goode’s active sources works within the Defense Intelligence Agency, and had passed on to him two Defense Intelligence Reference Documents that were released for the first time into the public arena in December 2017. They were marked “Unclassified: For Official Use Only,” and their release much surprised the papers’ author, Dr. Eric Davis, who pointed out that only a serving public official could have taken such an action, as I have previously pointed out.
The release of the DIA papers was done in Goode’s words, “to slowly ‘read in’ certain people in the DOD/DIA to Special Access Programs.” The DIA papers provided powerful corroboration for key elements of Good’s remarkable secret space program testimony, which I investigated at length and documented in the book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs (2017).
Nevertheless, many leading UFO researchers have disingenuously ignored Goode’s role in releasing these official DIA documents, and instead made disparaging comments of him starting a “blue chicken cult” based on little more than public deception.
This is despite the fact at least one active DIA official and a retired senior NATO official accept Goode’s core claim about him being the liaison for a group of higher dimensional entities comprising “Blue Avians” and others belonging to a “Sphere Being Alliance”, that are intent on transforming political power structures on Earth, our solar system and galactic neighborhood.
In his webinar, Wilcock explained what had been revealed to him from Goode’s sources, particularly the General, after the bold pronouncements made in Wilcock’s previous webinars concerning the Defender Europe 20 exercises as the cover for mass arrests taking place, which I covered in my previous article.
In his March 29 seminar, Wilcock described the delay to the timing of the mass arrests, as explained to him by the General:
The first glimmer that I got was from Corey Goode on Saturday, March 21 he has multiple sources feeding us information. I had already done the video and discussed Defender Europe 20 as if arrests were already happening. That was the first video we did, the general, we have a couple of guys we call the general, but the general called and laughed and said no, it’s not happening yet. Nobody’s been arrested in Europe yet (1:39:19). But he was amazed that I got all those details right.
He said the final stage will involve about three days where we do not have access to regular phone calls you can make emergency calls to 911 … but you are not going to have the internet or the phone.
Wilcock went on to explain that during the three days of darkness, the Presidential Broadcast System will be used to inform people of what is happening:
They want you to know about his so that you don’t freak out and commit suicide I guess…. So there will be an emergency presidential broadcast system that they will use. The QAnon source talked about this on December 19, 2019. They will use a national presidential alert system, and why was this created and tested for political and information warfare.
During these three days they believe that they’re going to be able to get everybody. They’ve got it all planned out how they’re going to get this thing done. They think they can get it all done in three days. It might take a little bit longer, but they probably will get it done in three days and it’s going to be fast. Probably 24 hours a day shifts that these soldiers are working.
Wilcock cited a text message received from Corey Goode March 21, who summarized what he had been told about the upcoming internet shutdown and mass arrests:
I sure hope arrests are going on. I was also told recently that all communications (except 911) would go offline. I am not sure if they mean cell comm’s only … that the internet would slow to a crawl during any actual mass arrests. Then the National Emergency network would come on like you said in the video. With the Virus scenario, they may not need to take comm’s down or shut down electricity in regions. This virus, the cabal’s last ditch effort … may be the perfect screen to do the arrests. I am just hearing majorly conflicting information on that from my contacts.
The General was hearing in the beginning but then said ‘it was called off’.
I am also hearing that there are very strange troop movements, Nat Guard but also elite Marine units that specialize in breeching compounds have been seen moving about in a frantic manner on their base (can’t remember which one).
That FEMA was gearing up some of the camps that were set aside but they are not being setup in a ‘pattern’ that would be expected for a pandemic. So, prisons?
So much speculation even among the top brass because over a week ago all briefings (Proper ones) stopped and ‘Comm’s went down’ … Silent Running.
Was also told to expect a lot of strange E.Q.’s [earthquakes] around areas that you would expect secret bases to be at.
Comm’s being down and troop movement is going on for sure.
It is way toooo much overkill for a virus outbreak of this magnitude.
The General was even saying that there were rumors of using this situation for an economic reset of some kind.
The critical point in Goode’s information here is that the COVID-19 pandemic is a last-ditch effort by the Deep State to create the necessary international chaos necessary to implement their New World Order.
In another article, I discussed how the origins of the pandemic could be traced back to a 2005 meeting in the City of London, where Deep State figures discussed a plan that had been developed for implementing their New World Order. The key point was that the elaborate sequence of events involving a global pandemic needed to be implemented in full in order to achieve success for the creation of a New World Order.
Not doing so would lead to failure. Consequently, the release of the COVID pandemic is indeed a last ditch effort by the Deep State to overwhelm nation states. Not only is the Deep State plan destined to fail, which we see already with China successfully emerging out of the lockdowns that initially crippled their economy, but the lockdowns do provide an opportunity for Deep State figures to be arrested, as proposed by Wilcock.
Wilcock points out that while some will panic, thinking that the impending mass arrests are tantamount to a military takeover, it is the opposite:
They are not going to tell you this is the mass arrests. So some people are going to have a serious dark night of the soul when we go through these three days because they’re worried that this is the end okay, and this is martial law and this is a government takeover that’s not what it is. The real takeover was going to happen if the illuminati had not been opposed by this amazing group of military and intelligence officials not just from the U.S. but all over the world that are working to make sure these plans don’t succeed, which once again after the only three days what we are hearing is that everybody’s going to get the truth. These eight-hour chunks of data they’re going to run three times a day you got to watch the whole eight hours to get the data and once you’ve done that you’ll basically now be aware of what’s really going on, who these people are, what they were trying to do, and how they’re being stopped.
It’s clear, according to the information provided by Wilcock, that something very important was originally planned in Europe with the Defender Europe 20 military exercises, until these were significantly scaled back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Goode’s General, the arrests were called off.
Nevertheless, significant U.S. military resources and personnel have been shipped to Europe and could under the remaining Allied Spirit exercise provide the necessary armored firepower to back up U.S. special forces in storming Deep State compounds in Europe, as Wilcock originally contended.
Could this happen during a three day internet shutdown as both Wilcock and Goode’s sources predicted? If so, then their advance warning will be very helpful in navigating the uncertain times that lie ahead as the covert civil war between the Deep State and the Military White Hats/Trump Administration comes to a stunning conclusion, while the bulk of the citizenry in the U.S., Europe and much of the planet are experiencing unprecedented national lockdowns.
The arrest and removal of the Deep State officials from positions of power would certainly have major implications for the disclosure of thousands of suppressed advanced technologies dealing with new energy sources, health, and exotic propulsion systems. The possibility that the whole planet will soon learn the truth about secret space programs and extraterrestrial life is quite high if the scenario laid out by Wilcock comes to pass.
Update – 3/31/20. In my initial version of this article I erroneously wrote that David Wilcock said the mass arrests would follow the three days of darkness, rather than during them. Thanks to readers that alerted me to the error which has been corrected.
A former US Air Force Intelligence Specialist Mike Turber, has sparked much controversy over his recent claims that Tic Tac shaped UFOs first witnessed and videotaped by Navy pilots back in 2004, were in fact highly classified USAF spacecraft. Turber asserts that this was first revealed to him back in 2005 by a USAF “Audiovisual Specialist” responsible for preparing PowerPoint slides for a classified briefing involving senior officials from the US Navy, Air Force, DARPA, and a major aerospace contractor at a think tank.
A number of individuals have questioned Turber’s authenticity and the accuracy of his information, but a December 2019 response by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) to a Freedom of Information Act request appears to confirm Turber’s core claim that such a classified briefing took place in 2005, and he was the first to report it.
What was discussed at the meeting and what Turber’s confidential source learned goes a long way in answering questions over the origins of the UFOs witnessed and videotaped by Navy personnel during training exercises held in 2004 (Tic Tac case), and later in 2015 (Go Fast and Gimball cases).
Turber’s information also points to a specific defense contractor, likely either Lockheed Martin or Northrup Grumman, that built the Tic Tacs for the USAF, which tested them against the Navy’s best surveillance and intercept capabilities in 2004. Turber further adds that the Navy later gained its own Tic Tac craft and tested these in the 2015 sightings cases.
I spoke to Turber on March 12, and asked him a series of questions about the 2005 briefing and what he was told about it by his confidential source. The source was a USAF serviceman whose Air Force Speciality Code (AFSC) at the time Turber first met him was AFSC 23030 (Audiovisual Specialist) whom Turber had befriended during his own prior military service with the USAF (1984-1988).
During Turber’s military service, his own AFSC was “Electronic Intelligence Operations Specialist” (20530-50). Turber’s job summary was described as: “Operates electronic monitoring and related equipment, operates electronic analysis equipment, and analyzes, processes, and produces results of monitored electronic emissions.”
This is a vitally important background fact to keep in mind when considering why Turber was later asked by his A/V specialist source to comment on classified intelligence data acquired during the 2004 Tic Tac incident.
Turber’s information is critical for understanding the true origins of the UFOs the Navy pilots began encountering in 2004 and later in 2015 during major Naval training exercises involving different carrier groups with the most advanced radar and electronic monitoring equipment used at the time.
What follows are extracts from my discussion with Turber and the information he shared, which was recorded and transcribed with his permission.
I began by asking Turber when he first met his confidential source who told him about the 2005 briefing. He replied:
Probably in the mid-80s. We’re doing through the Air Force, and so we kept contact, I’ve kept contact with quite a few people that were, you know … good friends or what have you. And I was utilized a lot, you know, I was kind of like the friend that everybody goes to … ask … what do you think about this or that or whatever … in relationship to all kinds of different subject matter. And then that correlated into the think tank program … where we met again because he was part of one of the think tanks that I was at. And he was actually doing the audiovisual for that location.
By 2005, Turber had been recruited from the Air Force with advanced skills in intelligence analysis of electronic communications, and he began working for different defense contractors and intelligence organizations.
Meanwhile, his source/friend continued to work with the Air Force as an A/V Specialist, and contacted him about “briefing slides” he was working on for an upcoming meeting involving Navy communications data about a UFO, which greatly excited him. Turber explains what happened back in 2005:
What he was doing was setting up the, they call them briefing slides, but it’s actually a power point presentation, but they still use old terminology.… The presentation involved the data that was acquired from the [USS] Nimitz and from [USS] Princeton, and also from the [E-2] Hawkeye and a couple of other sources. I can’t remember all of them.… He gave me a call. We talked for a few minutes … I could tell by his voice he was excited, but concerned at the same time.
He thought he was setting up a presentation about a UFO…. So he wasn’t sure how to approach it. But he went ahead and was obviously doing his job and what have you.
Now for him to contact me was obviously way out of norm because that’s just something that, you know, you wouldn’t do if you’re [in] a compartmentalize[d project], and you’re working inside of a certain area. So that’s understandable. So he’s given me permission to say what happened, but not any … specifics…. But the gist of the matter is … he’s listened to some of the comms going back and forth between the pilots and the [USS] Princeton and pilots, and then Hawkeye, and going back forth. But at the time, he didn’t even know what was actually going on. Because that was the first piece of information that he had.
“So well, without listening to them, I can’t really tell you”… and so when he called me back probably an hour or so later, and he played some of the comms over the phone, and I can hear the pilots talking back and forth and some of the other communications that were going on, and you could tell there was something rather odd.
The pilots were being asked what their loadout was, which obviously is a little bit strange. And then, you know, that’s information [that’s] been released, but the other odd thing that occurred was when the pilots of the second group now there’s three, I call them three groups. There was one pilot that was out first that was doing a maintenance check on his plane, and he was going to be part of a Red Team, Blue Team kind of thing.
And then you had Commander Fravor and his … two F-18s that went out for that intercept. And then of course, you had Chad Underwood’s intercept. So on the second flight, which is Commander Fravor’s flight, they were ordered to come back to the ship after the Tic Tac flew past him and went back to the CAP point. But there was more communication than what we’ve heard so far.
The communication that I recall was their request to go after the object and to continue the pursuit and the request to have someone else possibly come up and help them with the loadout problem. So that information has not been revealed. But they were denied that.
Turber went on to describe what happened a few days after he first listened to the radio communications between the different Navy planes and ships discussing the Tic Tac sightings:
About three or four days go by, and he calls back. And at that time, he had gathered a lot more information to say about this stuff we talked about the other day. “I [the AV source] figured it out. This is just Air Force, testing some new technology, blah, blah, blah. And it wasn’t what we thought it was.” Because on our first conversation, he was, we’re both thinking UFO, extraterrestrial origin or whatever. But during the second call, either “A” he was told to clean up the first call if someone knew about it, or “B”, he was actually just telling me what he really found out, which I believe … to be the case…. The information that he gathered in the interim, and with the number of people that were coming to the location for the briefing, he determined that it was US in origin.
Critically, this is where the initial excitement that Turber’s source felt about the UFO sighting, quickly waned since he had learned that it was US built, and not extraterrestrial as he and Turber had first speculated.
Turber went on to describe how the manufacturer of the Tic Tac’s was interested in how the Navy and foreign nations responded to the secret Air Force craft maneuvers:
The name of the manufacturer of the object and the intelligence briefing, and by the people that were coming in, it was quite clear that they were just going over what would be considered existing technology at that time in seeing the response of the Navy, how they would respond to it as it would correlate to how the Russians or how the Chinese would respond to it. Mind that timeframe 2005. The Russians and the Chinese were both of primary concern. Now the Chinese seem to be more of a concern than Russia at the moment.
The critical thing to emphasize here is that Turber is telling us that he first heard in 2005, the data communications recorded on the USS Princeton, on the E-2 Hawkeye and on the USS Nimitz that had been confiscated a year earlier according to several Navy witnesses.
Patrick [PJ] Hughes, a Petty Officer on the USS Nimitz, says that two Air Force personnel confiscated the “data bricks” comprising all the electronic data recorded of the Tic Tacs. Meanwhile, on the USS Princeton, Gary Voorhis said that two unidentified civilians confiscated all the data.
If Turber is accurate in claiming that he listened to radio communications data that had been confiscated a year earlier from two Navy ships, but was now being analyzed for an upcoming briefing by his A/V specialist source, this directly supports the idea that the Tic Tac incidents were part of an Air Force covert operation.
Turber offered the following insight, which strengthens the case that the Tic Tac craft were part of a USAF covert operation.
Now, that, to me, is a very pivotal point in that if you have an object that’s inside military airspace or creating an issue for a training zone, which is where I guess it was whiskey one or whatever they named it, you wouldn’t allow these aircraft to go after an object such as this without some form of ordinance or what have you. But at the time, the question is, why wouldn’t you task someone from Coronado, or from Miramar or from any of these other … locations to go out to this area, which is obviously within minutes of flight time to aid in this in the search, especially if these objects were there for several days.
That’s always been a question of mine and that in some form that leaves proof that this is obviously an Air Force operation. And that the normal military response, if an object is infiltrating our airspace, is obviously send up more assets and to actually continue the pursuit until you figure out what this thing is where it came from, or even if necessary, shoot it down. But it was out in essentially international waters, but it was inside of a military training space.
Turber went on to respond to questions about the 2005 briefing and the defense contractor responsible for building the Tic Tacs that attended, and the role of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in helping develop the technologies. Significantly, Turber makes a connection to recent patents granted to the inventor Salvatore Pais on behalf of the US Navy, which had also attended the 2005 briefing.
The briefing, the way the slides were set up, was obviously as an introduction to the technology that was going to be utilized. The contractor was there … that actually developed the technology that created [the] Tic Tac.… DARPA was there as well. … DARPA’s own presentation, which is basically the history of how that technology was developed…. And that’s where apparently all the patents that come out from [Salvatore Pais] are now gaining some, some traction in the end. As far as the timing and everything, the timing is obviously ultra critical for what the Navy’s doing right now.
I asked Turber whether Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks was the defense contractor that built the Tic Tac shaped craft, his response pointed out that the Navy was also working closely with the contractor that had originally built the Tic Tacs for the USAF:
I would neither confirm nor deny, okay. I will say that, obviously, there’s very few contractors that work. I’ve already revealed that the objects are built in Plant 42. And there’s very few contractors that are there, but there’s several adjacent contractors that would come in that would work with them, because some of the technology that was developed.
The antigravity technology that the Navy actually paid for, more recently, I guess, was from a company called EMC2. And then they shut off the funding to that organization, and then they ramped up the funding to one of the organizations at Plant 42. So apparently some transfer of information and technology was made and, and they want to keep it all under wraps at Plant 42 …
What supports Turber’s testimony here is that a 2016 article in Geekwire confirms that the Navy gave EMC2 a total of $12 million to study the feasibility of a nuclear fusion reactor using electromagnetic containment principles from 2008 to 2014. It is therefore very plausible that EMC2 received funding from the Navy for a classified antigravity research project at some point.
What is highly significant for Turber’s remarkable testimony about the true origins of the Tic Tac craft revealed at a classified 2005 briefing, is a recent Freedom of Information Act response by the Navy that appears to confirm that such a meeting had indeed taken place, and that highly classified “briefing slides” had been prepared for the meeting.
The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) had responded to an FOIA request sent on October 28, by UFO researcher, Christian Lambright. Specifically, Lambright asked:
This request is to include all releasable portions of records and reports related to investigation of the detection of and encounter(s) with Anomalous Aerial Vehicles (AAVs) by personnel involved with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG) operations off the western coast of the United States during the period of approximately 10-16 November, 2004. The designation ‘AAVs’ is used here because it appeared in a summary of these events, so there may also be other terms used in the material I am requesting.
On December 9 … the ONI responded to Lambright’s FOIA request, and referred to “briefing slides” concerning the 2004 Tic Tac incident.
Our review of our records and systems reveal that ONI has no releasable records related to your request. ONI has searched our records for responsive documents. We have discovered certain briefing slides that are classified TOP SECRET. A review of these materials indicates that are currently and appropriately Marked and Classified TOP SECRET under Executive Order 13526, and the Original Classification Authority has determined that the release of these materials would cause exceptionally grave damage to the National Security of the United States.
The ONI FOIA response confirms that a trained military serviceman with skills as an “AV Specialist” would have been required to prepare the briefing slides for the Navy, and other military personnel and contractors in attendance at such a briefing. This makes Turber’s claim that his source was the AV Specialist who prepared the briefing slides based on classified intelligence data from the Navy ships acquired by the USAF, which he subsequently shared with Turber, quite plausible.
It’s also vitally important to emphasize here that Turber was the first person to discuss “briefing slides” concerning the 2004 Tic Tac sightings when he came forward on November 4, 2019, in an interview with Jim Breslo. Turber announced what his A/V source had confided to him about the briefing slides the source was working on for a classified 2005 meeting.
Turber’s own background as an “Electronic Intelligence Operations Specialist”, with a Top Secret security clearance, which he maintained after he was recruited into covert operations after 1988, makes it very plausible that his AV source shared the intelligence data from the 2004 Tic Tac sightings with him. It is understandable why Turber was being consulted by his AV source, who needed some expert advice in preparing his briefing slides by someone with the necessary clearances to advise him.
I asked Turber for his thoughts on the ONI FOIA response and whether it was referring to the 2005 briefing, or more recent classified briefings involving Navy personnel and members of the US Congress that took place from December 2018 to May 2019:
I believe because the FOIA requests that … Christian Lambright … put out … was trying to reference the Tic Tac event. And if you don’t, if you don’t reference, I know it was they wouldn’t bring up the Congress briefings if the FOI request didn’t mention them. I think he was … as it relates to the Tic Tac event. So I believe that the briefing that he’s referring to … obviously was geared towards the Tic Tac event. So I believe that the briefing that they’re speaking about would be the briefing back in 2005.
And there may have been more than one briefing but the briefing that I’m aware of is the one where the data bricks and all the data from Nimitz and the Hornet and the Hawkeye and the Princeton were all taken to a specific location … be to be analyzed. And they did analyze them individually. And then once that data was analyzed, there was there was a group that that analyzed the data.
Now the that group included DARPA, and included the contractor included Air Force, and it included Navy. So all of those people were there analyzing that same data. Then after the data was analyzed, then it was fed into this group that was going to make it into some form of presentation that the top brass could basically digest, and that’s where he came in. Now, that was done in early 2005. So that would be as much of that as I think I can discuss without getting in anyone in trouble.
I agree with Turber’s analysis that the FOIA response that Lambert got is referring to “briefing slides” that were prepared by his confidential A/V Specialist source concerning the original Tic Tac sightings back in 2004. The FOIA response by ONI is specific to the 2004 sightings, rather than recent briefings of members of Congress that have occurred.
Consequently, the ONI FOIA response is important corroboration for Turber’s account of what he learned about a classified 2005 briefing concerning the origins of the Tic Tac craft, and them being prototype aerospace vehicles built at Plant 42 first on behalf of the USAF, and later for the Navy, by a major aerospace contractor.
Turber’s recollections and analysis have important implications given recent efforts to depict the 2004 Tic Tac and subsequent Gimball and GoFast UFO sightings in 2015 as national security threats posed by possible extraterrestrial visitors. Indeed, Turber’s testimony helps counter a growing narrative over the Tic Tac sightings that may be used to implement a false flag alien invasion plan that has long been rumored to exist.
While much of Europe has been closed off due to the Coronavirus pandemic, elite military forces from 17 NATO and partner countries are using the Defender Europe 20 Military Exercizes as a cover to arrest leading Deep State Satanists entrenched in fortified European compounds, according to a New York Times best-selling author. David Wilcock made his startling claim in his latest video live-streamed on March 19, to his 288,000 You Tube followers.
In his video presentation, Wilcock cites at length a March 15 English language summary of an article by Manlio Dinucci, who wrote about the Defender Europe 20 Exercices on March 3 for the Italian web newspaper Ill Manifesto. The March 15 article summarizing Dinucci’s earlier Italian language article is titled “30,000 American Troops Arrive in Europe Amidst COVID-19 Crisis”, and begins as follows:
Manlio Dinucci writing in the Italian web newspaper, Il Manifesto on March 3rd, 2020, reports that despite Trump’s travel ban 20,000 American troops will be traveling to Europe in the next few days–joining the 10,000 already there.
Despite the travel advisories issued by the U.S. State Department for Americans traveling to northern Italy and elsewhere in Europe, Dinucci is again cited from his original March 3 article:
However, one category of U.S. citizens is exempted from these rules: the 20,000 soldiers beginning to arrive from the United States in European ports and airports for the Defender Europe 20 exercise, the largest U.S. troop deployment in Europe in the last 25 years. Including those already present, about 30,000 U.S. troops will participate in April and May, flanked by 7,000 troops from 17 NATO member and partner countries, including Italy.
The author of the English language article citing Dinucci, who uses the pseudonym, Poppalloff, subsequently points out:
None of these troops have been issued with Bio/Hazchem suits or masks, which seems a little reckless of the American Government if COVID-19 is really the threat that we are being told that it is…
“The 30,000 U.S. soldiers, who “will spread through the European region,” are in fact exempted from the preventive COVID-19 regulations that apply to civilians. The assurance given by the U.S. Army in Europe that “we are monitoring the Coronavirus [COVID-19]” and that “our forces are in good health” is enough.
At the same time, the environmental impact of a military exercise of this magnitude is ignored. U.S. Abrams tanks will participate, weighing 70 tons, with depleted uranium shells. Each tank consumes 400 litres of fuel per 100 km, producing heavy pollution to deliver maximum power.”
Popalloff, in summarizing Dinucci, points out the suspicious nature of many European citizens being in locked down in their homes, while elite NATO troops are able to travel around without any restrictions at all. Popalloff, concludes his/her article by saying that the “pandemic is obviously a cover story for some kind of powerplay by the 1%.”
The implication here is that the Coronavirus pandemic, the European lockdowns, and the NATO exercise all combine into a nefarious coup being covertly orchestrated by the 1% (the Deep State), and people need to be concerned about what is really happening behind the scenes.
In contrast, Wilcock cites extensively from the March 15 English language summary of Dinucci’s earlier March 3 article, and reveals what he has been told by his own insider sources, who tell a very different story of what is really happening behind the scenes:
What we’re getting from our briefings folks is that this is a targeted effort for the mass arrests that I’ve been telling you about this whole time. That’s why they’re there. There 37,000 troops from 18 countries including the US, you better believe those are elite soldiers they’re very trained. What are they doing? They’re going to the places where the Deep State is. They’re infiltrating their strongholds and they are arresting people.
Wilcock goes on to discuss the use of Abrams tanks in the Defender Europe 20 Exercise for a purpose that is very different to the coup that Dinucci proposed was underway:
“U.S. Abrams tanks will participate, weighing 70 tons, with depleted uranium shells.” Ok, well that’s weird, why do they need tanks. It’s a military exercise, the biggest one in 25 years. Well maybe they’re going into to be going into some people’s stronghold’s folks. Some of these guys that are billionaires, they’re Satanic. If you start to learn about this, that’s what’s really going on. You got to bust in through those compounds, you got to get these people. You got to arrest them. Hopefully, they don’t provide armed resistance, they’re not going to make it, okay.
This is not a coup, this is not the end of the world. It’s saving the world. These people already tried to kill the planet. So if you think this is a coup, that’s okay, but they already fired their best shot and I don’t believe this is the end of the world at all.
This is the crux of Wilcock’s analysis of current events in Europe that involve an unprecedented shut down of people’s movements and businesses, while NATO is simultaneously conducting its largest military exercises in the last 25 years. The well-protected compounds of Deep State officials, many of whom are practicing Satanists who frequently conduct child sacrifices, are being raided by elite military special forces under cover of the NATO exercises.
Of the two explanations offered so far for the massive NATO exercises occurring in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown in Europe, Dinucci/Poppalloff’s concerns that these are a cover for a coup by the 1% (Deep State) and Wilcock’s diametrically opposing view that Deep State officials are being arrested under cover of the military exercises, I find Wilcock’s assessment to be far more plausible. This is despite reports that NATO leaders have cancelled a number of Europe Defender drills due to Coronavirus concerns.
Importantly, Wilcock’s assessment is consistent with ongoing revelations from the military intelligence group QAnon, which has worked closely with the Trump White House since first coming forward in October 2017. In a number of articles, I have pointed out my reasons for concluding that QAnon comprises White Hats within the U.S. military who are locked in a behind the scenes civil war against the Deep State, whose senior leadership comprises practicing Satanists.
If one accepts what QAnon has revealed in multiple posts which advises readers to “prepare for the storm”, and the taking down of Deep State leaders, then Wilcock’s assessment is more likely than the alternative offered by Dinucci and Poppalloff.
Fortunately, I believe we will not need to wait long to learn the truth about what’s happening in Europe with the scaled-back NATO drills, the unprecedented Coronavirus lockdown, and alleged mass arrests of Deep State leaders occurring behind the scenes.
The world wants to learn the truth about who is really behind the Coronavirus pandemic, and the U.S. military also has strong reasons to reveal the truth given that an increasing number of Chinese officials are accusing the U.S. Army in the initial spread of the Coronavirus in Wuhan during the October 2019 World Military Games.
In an interview and letter made available in 2010, an anonymous official within the City of London revealed a secret plan supported by high-level Masons to support a biological warfare attack against China designed to cripple its economic growth and growing military power. The biological weapon was to be part of a timeline of both contrived geopolitical events and a natural disaster that would eliminate half of the planet’s population.
The whistleblower was first interviewed in January 2010 by Bill Ryan from Project Camelot, who released a transcript along with his video summary of the interview the next month. The interview was followed by a letter from the whistleblower to Kerry Cassidy, who made it available through the Project Camelot website on March 19, 2010.
Prior to his interview, Ryan was able to confirm the whistleblower’s credentials as a former serviceman with the British military who later accepted a senior position in the City of London, which is an autonomous financial enclave within the Greater London.
In his interview, the whistleblower described a meeting held in June 2005 involving high-level Masons who were discussing how to put into effect a timeline of events developed by a more senior group of unknown persons:
From what I heard, they weren’t a decision-making group. They were like an action group. They were people who needed to come together now and then to discuss together what needs to be done, or what is getting done, and what should be getting done. And then they disperse and go back and do what they need to do, as a result of these
The whistleblower [W] explained to Bill Ryan [B] a planned biological weapons attack on China after a contrived limited nuclear war in the Middle East planned to occur sometime before 2012 that involved the direct participation of China and the US after Israel launched a preemptive attack against Iran:
W: … it’s in this ensuing chaos of a post-nuclear exchange that these biological weapons will be deployed in such a fashion where there will be no structure, no safety-nets, for anybody to counter this type of biological onslaught.
And it should be mentioned, for those who are not aware, that biological weapons are just as effective as nuclear ones; it just takes a while longer — that’s all.
B: Yes. Now, the deployment of the biological weapons following the ceasefire, is that something that happens covertly, like all of a sudden people will start getting ill and no one knows where it came from? Or is this an overt weapon deployment that would be very obvious?
W: I don’t think it would be overt, because the Chinese people are going to be hit by the flu! So there’ll be a worldwide flu epidemic, perhaps, with a country like China — or China, because China is mentioned — being the one that’s going to suffer most.
Thankfully, the predicted nuclear war in the Middle East never happened due to White Hats in the US military, preventing Israel from launching a preemptive (nuclear) attack against Iran. According to the whistleblower, Iran had been secretly assisted by China in gaining several nuclear weapons.
During the Bush Administration (2001-2009), for example, Admiral William Fallon, head of US Central Command (2007-2008), famously declared during his Senate confirmation hearing that an attack against Iran “will not happen on my watch.”
Later during the Obama Administration (2009-2017), to his great credit, President Obama resisted powerful behind the scenes efforts to give Israel the go-ahead for launching a preemptive (nuclear) attack against Iran. Instead, Obama participated in high-level diplomatic negotiations that resulted in the multinational Iran nuclear deal (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) in July 2015 that warded off a possible Israeli attack for years to come.
President Donald Trump ended US participation in the Iran nuclear deal on May 8, 2018, and the US and Iran have engaged in a number of subsequent military skirmishes. The most serious was the US assassination of the leader of Iran’s Quds Force, Major General Qasem Soleimani, and Iran’s quick military retaliation.
Fortunately, Trump and Iran’s leaders have avoided crossing the threshold into outright war, and Israel has again been restrained from attacking Iran.
In his interview, the whistleblower stressed that the timeline of events that were to be activated had to happen in the precise order desired by those that put the plan together. If the events didn’t happen in the correct order, then they were destined to fail.
This takes us to the present moment where China appears to have been attacked by a bioweapon, which is linked to the rollout of a 5G network in the city of Wuhan. In a previous article, I pointed out the link between 5G and biowarfare, and the likelihood that the Coronavirus (Covid-19) was a biological weapons attack.
Senior Chinese officials have also recently begun promoting the idea that the Coronavirus was a foreign-sourced bioweapons attack, and have pointed to the US and its participation in the Military World Games held in Wuhan in October 2019. However, as former US Marine Corps Intelligence Analyst and CIA Case Officer Robert David Steele has declared, President Xi Jinping knows that the real culprit is not the Trump administration, but rogue elements in the US tied to the Deep State.
The similarity between the events in China and what the whistleblower described back in 2010 is uncanny, and firmly implicates the City of London in a Deep State attack on China. However, as the whistleblower pointed out, the group of City of London officials was merely an action group. The real culprits behind the planned bioweapon attack were higher-level groups associated with elite banking families on the European continent, especially in Italy and the Vatican, working closely behind the scenes with, according to the whistleblower, extraterrestrial entities!
The Vatican has long been rumored to be working closely with extraterrestrial visitors, as I have explained in another article. The whistleblower learned that extraterrestrials are much involved in the high-level planning of geopolitical events as he highlighted in his summary of the planned timeline discussed at the 2005 meeting:
Let me summarize what was discussed at the meeting:
Iran will be attacked, possibly within 18 months. China will come to the aid of Iran, to protect its own interests. Nuclear weapons will be used either by Iran or China, with Israel provoking the first use. Much of the Middle East will be laid to waste. Millions will die within a very short period of time. And for some reason this is here, and I can’t tell you why: China will move forcibly into parts of Russia to extend ceasefire lines. Thereafter, biological weapons will be deployed against China. China will “catch a cold”.
And my own understanding is that there’s some sort of malevolent ET alliance at work for 50 years by the UK and US and other Western powers, and this includes Japan.
And, again, when we talk about a malevolent ET alliance that’s in the context of black projects, and this is an exchange of technologies that’s been going on for some considerable time. So there is an involvement there, and that involvement I can’t fully explain myself.
And I also understand that there are more humanitarian and altruistic ET entities working against this timeline and are somehow maintaining a precarious balance without taking any direct intervention themselves. And again, I can’t fully explain that but it’s a certain intuitive feeling that this is working and there’s other aspects of my experience that’s led me to make that statement — but that’s another story.
So what we’re talking about is the Western powers seeking a ‘perfect war’ — doing so throughout the 20th century right up till the present day, because this timeline goes way back. So we’re talking decades or hundreds of years of time where this timeline has been in use.
And also I think it’s quite important to associate the timeline with its other reference which I’ve heard several times now: it’s called THE ANGLO-SAXON MISSION. I feel that’s important to add because that may ring some bells with some people as I don’t think it’s been mentioned before.
As a result of military White Hat and “altruistic extraterrestrials”, the above timeline never happened. Consequently, what are we to make of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, and the Deep State’s plan for a biowarfare attack against China discussed back in 2005 in response to the latter’s rapid economic and military growth, which continues to alarm Western national security officials as detailed in my upcoming book, Rise of the Red Dragon: Origins and Threat of China’s Secret Space Program.
One explanation is that as a result of a global awakening to the machinations of the Deep State, the latter’s nefarious timeline of events has been derailed. This means that the biowarfare attack against China planned to happen after a limited nuclear war in the Middle East that would have severely weakened China and many nations in responding to a global pandemic, has instead occurred as an isolated event.
Consequently, China and many other nations have been able to use all their national resources to respond to the Coronavirus, making it all but certain that it will be eventually contained. China, in particular, implemented strict protocols that appear to have turned the tide in the fight against the Coronavirus, as Chinese officials are eagerly pointing out.
This takes me to a startling prediction made by the psychic Sylvia Brown in 2008, only three years after the City of London meeting, which appears to describe what we are now witnessing:
In around 2020, a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and the bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatments. Almost more baffling than the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it arrived, attack again ten years later, and then disappear.
As mentioned earlier, China understands that it was the Deep State rather than the Trump Administration that was behind the bioweapons attack. The 2010 revelations by the whistleblower firmly point the finger at the Deep State, and their accomplices in the City of London, elite banking families in Italy called the Black Nobility and the Vatican.
It’s not coincidental that the Coronavirus outbreak in Italy, which has recorded the most deaths outside of China, began in the provinces most associated with the Black Nobility and the rollout of 5G as observed by the blogsite, “State of the Nation”:
Northern Italy, especially the international financial capital of Milan and all of Lombardy, have been strictly quarantined because this region is the ancestral home of the all-powerful Black Nobility. Very few are aware but it is Milan and Venice that really rule the financial powerhouses of London and New York City. They locked down both of those Italian power centers in order to control all movement into and out of the region. This unprecedented quarantine was planned years in advance by way of the purposeful rollout of 5G throughout the greater Milan metro area…. In other words, wherever the military deployment of 5G has taken place, the numerous 5G super-hotspots will provide a very conducive environment for the coronavirus bioweapon to be released into the population with the desired effect. Just look at where the Coronavirus is exploding the most—countries that have the most 5G Hotspots!
This raises the possibility that the Coronavirus outbreak in Italy may be the Chinese military’s retaliation against the Deep State’s bioweapon attack, and the role played by the Black Nobility in attacking China.
It appears, however, that the bioweapon attack on China will not have the desired effect as originally conceived in the plan heard by the British whistleblower in 2005. Rather than a key step in a sequence of geopolitical events leading to global devastation, the Coronavirus is proving to be an isolated event that is being contained by nations and is raising many questions over its true origins.
Ultimately, as people investigate the true origins of the Coronavirus and the Deep State’s plan to attack China, there will be a global awakening as pointed out by the State of the Nation blogsite:
The bottom line here is that March Madness 2020 appears to be the beginning of the end of the New World Order agenda. It really is a do or die situation for the power elite now that they have totally committed to staging an unsustainable global pandemic. If they do not have the adequate enforcement mechanisms in place to police this pandemic as they conceived it, they’re in HUGE trouble. Because when the dust settles, every inhabitant of the planet is going to be asking some serious questions. There are no NIMBYs with this pandemic so everyone will want answers that will only lead back to that British officer’s damning 2010 letter.
Consequently, rather than the Coronavirus being part of an elaborate set of events designed to implement a New World Order controlled by the international banking elite through major Western nations, it appears to be a last ditch desperate effort by the Deep State that is doomed to fail. The exposure of the Deep State behind the Coronavirus pandemic will only accelerate the exposure and demise of key figures and institutions behind the Deep State, and an unprecedented awakening of global humanity.
On February 27, at the US Air Force Association’s “Air Warfare Symposium”, Space X founder Elon Musk posed the question, “How do we make Starfleet real?” and he proposed reusable rockets as “absolutely fundamental” for the newly created Space Force.
Musk’s aggressive lobbying of reusable rocket propulsion technologies for future space exploration ignores increasing evidence that electromagnetic propulsion systems are not only scientifically feasible, but have been developed for classified spacecraft, many of which have been predicted to be soon transferred to Space Force.
Musk has undoubtedly shaken the conventional space industry with his pioneering work in developing reusable Falcon rockets for launching Dragon spacecraft that are used to deploy satellites and ferry supplies to the International Space Station. Many were thrilled to watch videos of the Falcon rockets safely returning either on land or on ocean-going barges, after some spectacular early failures.
The reusable Falcon rocket landings were followed later by Dragon spacecraft descending to Earth by first deploying parachutes to slow their descent through the atmosphere before performing an ocean splashdown. The manned version called Dragon 2 is designed to carry up to seven crew and will also perform a splashdown after completing its space mission. This effectively duplicates the Apollo era process for the return of manned space capsules.
Currently, Musk is developing a reusable Starship which again relies on rocket propulsion to take astronauts to the Moon and Mars. Measuring 160 feet (50 meters) in length, the Starship is significantly larger than the Dragon 2 and will sit atop a super heavy Falcon launch rocket. The Starship is designed to carry sufficient rocket fuel to make it possible to maneuver in space, land on the Moon, and return safely back to Earth.
At a February 28 test, a prototype Starship collapsed at the SpaceX facility in Boca Chia, Texas, showing similar development challenges to that previously faced with the Falcon rockets. Musk is confident that Space X will overcome these developmental problems and come up with a reusable spacecraft with similar capabilities to the abandoned Space Shuttle.
There is little doubt that the idea of reusable rockets is currently very helpful in transforming the space industry and moving things in the direction of multi-use space launch vehicles that will be much cheaper, reliable and safer. This has been predicted to kickstart a civilian space industry making it possible for space tourism to take off later this decade.
Musk’s ambitious plans to use reusable rockets for manned flights to service the International Space Station, trips to the Moon, and eventually establishing colonies on Mars does indeed raise important questions for the newly created Space Force. Are reusable rockets “absolutely fundamental” to Space Force as Musk contends?
There is little question, when one reviews the available evidence and whistleblower/insider testimonies that the US Air Force, like the Navy, has for decades been developing electromagnetic propulsion systems in multiple highly classified programs. I have presented the best available evidence in successive books on the secret space programs developed by the US Navy and USAF.
Very recently, the Navy has had one of its most innovative scientists, Dr. Salvator Pais, apply for patents showing the feasibility of an electromagnetically propelled hybrid spacecraft capable of traveling underwater, in the air and space. After the patent examiner rejected the application for the “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft” as not scientifically feasible since it lacked an adequate power supply, the Navy intervened by having another scientist write a letter in support of Pais.
Dr. James Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise pointed out that Pais’ patent application was scientifically feasible and was being experimented on. In his letter, Dr. Sheehy wrote about the electromagnetic propulsion systems making rocket engines obsolete:
If successful the realization of this result demonstrates that this patent documents the future state of the possible and moves propulsion technology beyond gas dynamic systems to field-induced propulsion based hybrid aerospace-undersea craft…
Importantly, Sheehy went on in his letter to point out that China was working on similar electromagnetic propulsion systems. Not granting the patent would lead to China gaining the intellectual property rights on such innovative technology, which had been originally conceived in the US, and very likely acquired by China through industrial espionage.
Sheehy’s warning was correct, China has indeed acquired classified US aerospace technologies and is in the midst of a rapid development process for fleets of electromagnetically propelled vehicles that are part of a secret space program that is far more powerful than its public space program using rocket propulsion systems.
China aims to overtake the US as a leading space power by 2030 through advances in Artificial Intelligence and deployment of 5G systems that are at the core of its asymmetric military strategy dubbed “Assassin’s Mace”. In my new book, Rise of the Red Dragon: Origins and Threat of China’s Secret Space Program, the full extent of China’s technological advances and how it plans to use AI and 5G to achieve space dominance are laid out in detail.
Recently, a number of former servicemen from the USAF and Navy have come forward with their testimonies that the Tic Tac UFOs captured on infrared video by Navy pilots, had an important USAF connection. One of them, Mike Turber, says that he was told by a reliable source that the Tic Tac craft belonged to the USAF and had been built at its secretive Plant 42 facility in Palmdale, California, by leading aerospace contractors.
Given the abundant evidence that the USAF and Navy have secretly developed electromagnetic propulsion systems, why would the newly created Space Force be interested in Musk’s reusable rocket propulsion systems?
Sure, reusable rockets are superior to the expensive single-use rocket launch vehicles that have been dominant since the 2011 retirement of the Space Shuttle. However, both single-use and reusable rocket systems are dramatically inferior to electromagnetically propelled spacecraft capable of traveling at speeds that defy conventional physics, as spectacularly demonstrated by the Tic Tac UFO craft.
Musk made his comments in a fireside chat with Lieutenant General John Thomson, Commander of the USAF Space and Missiles Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, which was only a few months ago transferred over to Space Force. Was General Thomson genuinely interested in reusable rockets for Space Force or did he have another agenda in mind?
There are three possibilities that come to mind that help explain why General Thompson and Space Force may be interested in hearing Musk’s views about reusable rocket propulsion systems.
First, reusable rockets are a useful stepping-stone to the far more effective and powerful electromagnetic propulsion technologies that Space Force is in the process of receiving from the US Air Force’s secret space program, as I have discussed elsewhere. I find this possibility highly unlikely given the unnecessary expense of building reusable rocket technologies that Space Force leaders would deem vastly inferior to electromagnetically propelled spacecraft.
A second possibility is that Musk’s advocacy of reusable rockets might be a convenient smokescreen for Space Force deploying electromagnetically propelled spacecraft, without revealing the true propulsion system being used until the right time. Put simply, there may be a need for Space Force leaders to hide from the public the true origins and development history of its reusable spacecraft.
A third possibility is that General Thompson and Space Force intends to partner with Musk since he has shown with his innovative Tesla electric car company a sustained interest in moving the car industry away from fossil fuels to electrical energy. Musk can therefore in the future play a leading role in moving the space industry away from rockets towards electromagnetic propulsion systems.
Therefore, in responding to Musk’s question, “How do we make Starfleet real?”, the answer is definitely not through reusable rockets as proposed by Musk. However, reusable rockets may be a convenient stepping stone or smokescreen for electromagnetic propulsion systems that Space Force will be deploying in the near future. Indeed, Musk may ultimately prove to be a pivotal figure in helping introduce electromagnetic propulsion systems to the general public as he learns about the classified technologies Space Force plans to release to the public.
After the November 4, 2019 emergence of a former USAF Intelligence Specialist, Mike Turber, claiming that the 2004 Tic Tac sightings recorded by Navy pilots were antigravity spacecraft belonging to the USAF, three Navy witnesses have come forward confirming key parts of Turber’s ground-breaking testimony. Turber and the Navy witnesses testimonies are important since the US Navy has confirmed the authenticity of the video showing the Tic Tac incident, and given an official briefing to Congress and President Trump about what transpired.
Turber says the fleets of Tic Tac shaped craft recorded by ships and aircraft belonging to the Nimitz Aircraft Carrier group between November 10 to 14, 2004, were being flight-tested by the USAF against the Navy’s best radar recording technologies and intercept aircraft. Turber asserted that Air Force personnel boarded different Navy ships to confiscate the flight recordings of the UFOs that attained speeds of 24,000 mph in the air and over 500 mph under the water.
Turber claimed that there were five Tic Tac craft that had been sighted and recorded by the carrier group, but Navy commanders were not too perturbed. He said senior Navy officers were aware that the Tic Tac craft were highly classified USAF craft being tested against the Navy’s best surveillance, tracking and intercept technologies at the time.
Corroboration of Turber’s key claims emerged on January 20, 2020, when Patrick “PJ” Hughes, a Petty Officer on the aircraft carrier, USS Nimitz, was interviewed by Jim Breslo, who was the first to interview Turber back on November 4, and again on December 2, 2019.
Hughes says that he was responsible for preparing the electronic recording and communications systems for the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft based on the Nimitz, which provide eye-in-the-sky command and control functions for air traffic near the battle group. Hughes explained how all radar and other electronic surveillance data, some of which remains classified even today, was accumulated by the Hawkeye for subsequent analysis by Navy intelligence specialists.
The Hawkeye recorded all the radar and other electronic data acquired by the F/A-18 Super Hornets intercepting the Tic Tac craft, as well as its own data recordings.

Hughes says that after the Hawkeye landed with all the radar and other intelligence data accumulated of the flight behavior of the Tic Tac shaped craft, two USAF personnel were accompanied by his commander, and took the two bricks (hard drives) from the Hawkeye that Hughes had placed in a safe. Hughes added that when he began to sign out the two bricks as part of his standard operating procedure, his commanding officer told him to stop and made it clear that the bricks were to be taken by the Air Force personnel without any record being kept.
This incident is key evidence that senior Navy officials were aware that the Tic Tac craft were involved in some classified project, and that there was high-level cooperation between the USAF and Navy over the course of the week when the Tic Tacs were sighted and recorded.
Hughes’ testimony confirms Turber’s account that two Air Force officials took all the data of the Tic Tac craft, and that over the course of the week-long sightings, USAF officials were working closely with the Navy in controlling information about the UFO sightings.
This is important corroboration for Turber and his confidential sources on the true origins of the Tic Tac craft seen near the Nimitz carrier group, and the related January 16, 2015 UFO incidents off the coast of Florida Coast that were witnessed and recorded by military personnel from another carrier group led by the USS Roosevelt.
Hughes also confirmed that the two pilots and three crew members of the Hawkeye visually sighted the Tic Tac craft which flew only a mile away from them before speeding off. They gave similar descriptions of it being a white Tic Tac shaped craft that was about 40 feet long, and capable of fantastic flight maneuvers.
Hughes explained that all five crew members were debriefed after the incident and had to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). This again helps corroborate what Turber revealed in his November 4, 2019 interview. Fortunately, Hughes was not required to sign an NDA on the Tic Tac incident, even though signing NDA’s was a regular occurrence during his Navy career.
In addition, Gary Voorhis, another Navy whistleblower has come forward to say that something similar happened on the USS Princeton, where two men in plain clothes confiscated all the ship’s sophisticated Aegis and other electronic tracking data recorded of the Tic Tac craft.
These technologies included the newly installed SPY-1 radar according to Paco Chierici, a former Navy pilot who wrote the first article on the Tic Tac incident based on a classified Naval Intelligence study he was given. In his March 14, 2005, article, Chierici said the SPY-1 radar tracked the Tic Tacs from as high as 80,000 feet to 50 feet above sea level in a few seconds, a capability that was not possible with previous Navy radar systems.
Voorhis was also interviewed by Breslo as part of an in-depth series of interviews casting new light on the true origins of the Tic Tac craft, and the mounting evidence that these were secret USAF craft being tested against the Navy’s best recording devices and pilots.
While Voorhis was unable to verify that the two officials were USAF personnel, he pointed out that the Princeton carried state of the art electronics surveillance equipment, which would be the logical place for testing prototype aircraft. Precisely what Turber had pointed out in his first interview.
Similarly, Hughes pointed out that the 2015 UFO incidents captured on video and generally known as the Gimbal and GoFast videos also involved the Navy’s latest generation of electronic surveillance and intercept craft.
Finally, Breslo interviewed another Navy witness to the Tic Tac events, Kevin Day, who was stationed on the USS Princeton and was in charge of the newly installed SPY-1 radar that was monitoring all air traffic. Day described the radar tracking of the Tic Tac’s dropping from 28,000 feet to only 50 feet above sea level in a matter of seconds, which in his opinion defied the known laws of physics.
Day described both the Captain of the USS Nimitz and the Admiral in charge of the Nimitz battle group showing a surprising “lack of curiosity” over the UFO sightings. This corroborates what Turber had to say about senior Navy officials having been briefed about the Tic Tacs.
Additionally, Day said that when he tried to find the radar tracking of the Tic Tac craft and the Navy interceptors to file an after-action-report, all data was gone. This corroborates what Voorhis claims happened after two unknown persons confiscated all the recorded data.
Consequently, Mike Turber’s testimony that the Tic Tac sightings in 2004 involved the testing of classified hybrid aerospace vehicles capable of traveling underwater and into space is supported to significant degrees by three Navy personnel who were eyewitnesses to events that transpired during the November 2004 Tic Tac sightings.
Hughes, Voorhis and Day’s respective testimonies adds to growing confidence that the Tic Tac shaped craft will be among the first declassified aerospace platforms to be revealed by the newly formed Space Force as predicted by Turber. Given the rapid advances in the setting up of Space Force, we may not have to wait to long to discover the truth behind the Navy UFO sightings in 2004 and 2015.
The undisputed global leader in the development and deployment of 5G is China where there are no regulatory obstacles to telecommunications companies installing the necessary infrastructure despite safety concerns raised by health professionals in thousands of scientific studies around the world. It, therefore, may come as a surprise to learn that the urban testing ground for the first full-scale deployment of a 5G network was the Chinese city of Wuhan, the epicenter of the Coronavirus (aka CoVID 19). Is this mere coincidence or is there a link?
On April 6, 2018, an official statement on the website of the Chinese province of Hubei announced that the city of Wuhan, with approximately 11 million residents, would be the pilot city for the deployment of 5G:
A large scale 5G network engineering program will be piloted in Wuhan to accelerate the deployment of this new technology and to hopefully upgrade the IT industry, as was reported at the conference on 5G networks planning and engineering in early April.
Now that Wuhan as a pilot city to build 5G telecoms has been approved by the central government, 3,000 macro base stations and 27,000 micro base stations will soon be constructed.
By the end of 2018, the trial use of the technology will start in various pilot areas; it is expected to be accessible to users at the Military World Games in 2019.
By 2020, 5G network will cover every corner of the city and be available at an affordable price.
Whereas the current 4G telecommunications network used in major cities worldwide involve the transfer of data at significantly faster speeds than was possible in earlier 3G networks, 5G is called the “internet of things” that includes “products, from smart refrigerators to traffic lights to dog collars, that will be sending and receiving data.”
To this “internet of things” we can add drones, driverless cars, and “people” themselves. For example, facial recognition cameras allow a 5G network to track people’s movement and behavior in ways that make the development of a “social credit system” and “total surveillance state” possible.
China’s rollout of 5G coincides with the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its increasing use in tracking, transfer, and control of the “internet of things”. According to Dr. Kai-Fu Lee, author of AI Superpowers: China, Silicon Valley and the New World Order, China’s use of facial recognition for monitoring its massive population of 1.4 billion people will give it a major strategic advantage over the US in developing AI.
It’s therefore not accidental that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is leading the charge in the development and roll out of 5G at a breakneck speed since CCP leaders believe 5G will provide the platform for the necessary tools for managing China’s vast population. Furthermore, combining 5G and AI gives China an asymmetric advantage over competitors such as the US when it comes to national security issues and the race to dominate space, which is the new strategic high ground in a potential future war.
It’s important to emphasize that the roll out of 5G is proceeding in China and other countries without regard to the multiple scientific studies linking cell phones, cell towers and accompanying infrastructure to multiple health concerns:
More than 230 scientists from 41 countries have expressed their “serious concerns” regarding the ubiquitous and increasing exposure to EMF generated by electric and wireless devices already before the additional 5G roll-out. They refer to the fact that ”numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines”. Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plants and animals.
Despite dire warnings from health professionals, the telecommunications industry has successfully lobbied government regulatory bodies such as the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to proceed with installing the technical infrastructure for the successive rollouts of the initial generations of wireless communications by citing conflicting scientific studies.
The same process is repeating itself with the roll out of 5G, which is being done without the telecommunications industry conducting any health studies on how cell phones and towers using 5G will impact the human body and DNA. Indeed, the core debate over the roll out of 5G doesn’t involve concerns over its health implications given what medical studies have clearly shown with earlier generations, but national security concerns of how to respond to China’s dominance of 5G.
This is exemplified in influential figures such as Brigadier General Robert Spalding, author of Stealth War: How China Took Over While America’s Elite Slept, and a former advisor to President Trump’s National Security Council, who has framed the entire debate over 5G as a core national security concern. In a memorandum that was distributed to members of Trump’s national security council, Spalding wrote:
Whoever leads in technology and market share for 5G deployment will have a tremendous advantage towards ushering in the Massive Internet of Things, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and thus the commanding heights of the information domain.
Spalding and others point out that Chinese telecommunications companies such as Huawei is compelled by domestic law to provide backdoors into its technical infrastructure that will allow China’s intelligence services to conduct espionage, just as the National Security Agency used backdoors in US communications infrastructure to spy on officials from friendly governments.
In this way, China will dominate the “commanding heights of the information domain”, something that the US is determined to prevent by also moving forward with implementing its own 5G network as quickly as possible.
Like China, the US is moving forward with plans to implement 5G despite the lack of health studies on the effects of 5G since national security strategists don’t want China to dominate the information domain. Earlier studies on 3G and 4G clearly point out that the higher concentration of transmitter stations in a dense urban area is likely to dramatically increase the health impact.
We know from the official announcement by the Hubei provincial government that Wuhan would be the pilot city for the 5G rollout beginning in 2019. According to a report by the official government news site Xinhua: “China Mobile Hubei Branch has activated 1,580 5G base stations in the city as of mid-October, achieving the 5G coverage of universities, transportation hubs, and other densely populated areas, according to the branch.”
The Xinhua story confirms that by the time the Coronavirus emerged in December 2019, residents of Wuhan were already being saturated by the increased Radio Frequency (RF) radiation transmitted by 1,580 5G (macro) base stations that would increase to 3,000 sometime in 2020.
This leads to the key question of whether the increased RF radiation absorbed by residents in Wuhan as part of the 5G pilot city rollout made them especially susceptible to the Coronavirus, and to killer viruses more generally. This, in turn, raises an even more troubling question, was the release of the Coronavirus part of a biological weapons test that was directly linked to the roll out 5G? In other words, was some unknown group wanting to test how a population weakened by 5G RF radiation would respond to a biologically engineered weapon?
There are a number of theories about the Coronavirus being a biological weapon rather than a naturally occurring virus found in bats sold at an exotic food market in Wuhan. The most popular is that it was bio-engineered in a biological research laboratory located in Wuhan and accidentally leaked as proposed by two Chinese bio-medical researchers:
In summary, somebody was entangled with the evolution of 2019-nCoV coronavirus. In addition to origins of natural recombination and intermediate host, the killer coronavirus probably originated from a laboratory in Wuhan. Safety level may need to be reinforced in high risk biohazardous laboratories. Regulations may be taken to relocate these laboratories far away from city center and other densely populated places.
A second theory is that the Coronvirus was a biological weapon released into China by the US as proposed by some Russian sources:
Zvezda, a news outlet funded by the Russian Defense Ministry, published an article late last month titled “Coronavirus: American biological warfare against Russia and China.” The author begins by establishing alleged intent: the virus dealt a blow to the Chinese economy, which weakens Beijing’s negotiating hand in the next round of trade talks to follow the recent signing of the phase one deal between Washington and Beijing.
A third theory comes from Robert David Steele and Benjamin Fulford, who both assert that Coronavirus represents a Deep State/Mossad orchestrated “false flag” attack aimed at starting a war between China and the US. Thankfully, the false flag attack has failed according to Steele:
I believe that the personal trust between General Secretary Xi Jinping and President Donald Trump is strong, and the idea that the US would undertake such an attack as a matter of policy has been discounted in China. Of course there are rogue elements in our Department of Defense (DoD) and in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) known to collaborate with the Mossad in pedophilia entrapment operations, drug running, the sponsorship of terrorism including ISIS, and 9/11, but on balance I am confident this was not done by the USA and the Chinese leadership knows that.
Significantly, both Steele and Fulford link the Coronavirus to the rollout of 5G as part of this false flag bioweapons attack. Steele summarizes his position as follows:
It is also not clear to me the degree to which 5G – for which China is the lead country – intersects with the biological virus. 5G is a huge part of this – what we do not know yet is whether this was a false flag attack as I suspect; a test of the intersection of bio-warfare and electro-magnetic warfare; or a full out assault intended to destroy the Chinese economy and begin depopulating China – or all three!
Steele, in particular, is among a select group of researchers that have uncovered the link between the roll out of 5G, the Coronavirus outbreak, and the future of biowarfare. It remains to be seen how the Chinese and world public will react as the Coronavirus crisis plays out in China and the rest of the world.
Health professionals have been warning us about increased RF from 5G transmissions in dense urban areas, but have been totally ignored by national policy makers. There are currently plans by Chinese and US corporations to place tens of thousands of 5G satellites in space transmitting signals at frequencies that health professionals warn will negatively impact human health, and even our DNA. Space X alone plans to send 12,000 5G satellites into Earth orbit, which some activists believe “could wipe out life on Earth”.
It’s very clear that China and the US are in a furious race to dominate the information domain, cyberspace, AI and outer space, and 5G is regarded as an indispensable tool in this race.This is especially the case as the newly created US Space Force will attempt to establish American hegemony though fleets of antigravity spacecraft covertly developed by the US Air Force, and China counters with the roll out of its own secret space program.
While national security interests may tempt government authorities to ignore the health risks posed by 5G, the link between the Coronavirus outbreak and 5G is a harbinger of what lies ahead if governments recklessly proceed with the deployment of 5G transmission stations all around us and from space.
The big lesson to be learned from Wuhan as the epicenter for both China’s rollout of 5G and the Coronavirus outbreak is that 5G is destined to play a major role in the future of biowarfare unless dramatic steps are taken.
Despite the undoubted health risks posed by 5G and its link to the spread of the Coronavirus and biological warfare in general, it can be predicted that military strategists in both China and the US will continue to aggressively lobby for its rapid implementation by telecommunications companies.
The general public needs to be made fully aware of the 5G-Coronavirus-biowarfare link and respond while there is still time to the rapid implementation of 5G transmitting stations both on the ground and in space. Determined efforts are needed to ensure that the deployment of 5G can proceed in ways that does not undermine the human immune system or disrupt other life forms on Earth.
Russian scientists have made major strides in integrating electromagnetic energies in ways that promote protection from harmful RF waves and stimulate healing, according to leading researchers such as Dr. Thomas Bearden. Other pioneering researchers such as Dr. Ilija Lakicevic and Jacque Bauer have taken the Russians’ research to the next level and developed devices designed to “convert harmful frequencies into a revitalization field favorable for the human body”.
While the link between the rollout of 5G and the Coronavirus in Wuhan is very disturbing, the scientific research and devices being developed in response raise hopes that individuals and communities can protect themselves in the future against harmful RF radiation that will dramatically increase due to thousands of 5G ground stations and satellites in space, and from potential future biowarfare.
The famed Tic Tac shaped craft captured on video and sighted by multiple US Navy pilots beginning in 2004 are advanced US Air Force spacecraft capable of traveling at 500 mph underwater and 24,000 mph into space according to a former intelligence specialist in electronic communications.
Mike Turber claims that he served with the USAF as an intelligence specialist and later with various defense contractors where he had Top Secret security clearance and access to various Special Access Programs (SAP’s) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) projects.
Turber came forward in two interviews he gave on November 4 and December 2, 2019, where he presented information he has received from “official government” sources that the Tic Tac sightings are USAF hybrid aerospace craft capable of traveling underwater, in the air and into outer space.
He says that the incredible speeds the USAF craft can achieve both in the atmosphere and underwater is due to its ability to utilize the principle of supercavitation [timestamp 39:40], where a cavitation bubble is created around a craft moving water molecules out of the craft’s flight path and eliminating friction as explained by Wikipedia:
A supercavitating object is a high-speed submerged object that is designed to initiate a cavitation bubble at its nose. The bubble extends (either naturally or augmented with internally generated gas) past the aft end of the object and prevents contact between the sides of the object and the liquid. This separation substantially reduces the skin friction drag on the supercavitating object.
According to Turber, the Tic Tac craft were assembled in Palmdale, California at a highly classified Air Force facility called “Plant 42”. According to Global Security, a number of major aerospace companies operate out of this enormous facility:
Air Force Plant 42 is at Palmdale, CA, north of Pasadena in Los Angeles County. It is operated by Lockheed, Rockwell International, Northrop, and Nero. AFP 42 is located in the northeastern portion of Los Angeles County, California, within the Antelope Valley of the Mojave Desert, approximately 80 miles north of Los Angeles. It has over 6,600 acres (the government owns 85%) and includes approximately 4.2 million square feet of floor space (the government owns 45%). The site includes multiple high bay buildings and airfield access with flyaway capability. The facility also has one of the heaviest load-bearing runways in the world.
The most well-known corporation is Lockheed Martin’s famed Skunk Works which moved to Plant 42 from Burbank, California, in 1989.
According to Turber, he worked at Plant 42 after his Air Force career and realized that some of the craft being secretly constructed there were related to the Tic Tac sightings which he first learned about in 2005. He says that at the time he worked with the Air Force and was analyzing radio communications from Navy pilots discussing their sightings of UFOs that could maneuver both in the air and sea.
Turber says that he knows of at least three models of hybrid air, sea and space vehicles that have been built at Plant 42. He asserts that at least 20 of these had been built and deployed during the time he worked at Plant 42. The largest is 46 feet long which allows it to be easily loaded onto trucks for easy transportation along California’s highway system.
He asserts that the USAF Tic Tac craft use advanced stealth and invisibility technology, and that the USAF deployed them near Navy ships to test pilot reactions, and to essentially “mess with the Navy”.
Turber says that the Navy has now developed similar craft, and that major nations such as China and Russia have developed the exact same craft [timestamp 17:50]. China’s hybrid spacecraft are more evolved than Russia’s and quickly catching up to the USAF craft.
The Tic Tac craft are not reverse engineered from extraterrestrial spacecraft, according to Turber. Instead they were first developed in the 1950s from civilian sources such as Dundee University, before finding their way to institutions such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (timestamp 32:25). In contrast, multiple insiders claim that advanced aerospace technologies were reverse engineered from captured extraterrestrial spacecraft.
Turber says that several of the Tic Tac shaped hybrid craft were deployed over North Korea in November 2017, to intimidate its paramount leader, Kim Jung-Un, and President Donald Trump was informed of the craft’s deployment and purpose.
Turber’s testimony is important since it explains the origins and performance of the Tic Tac UFOs that major media outlets began to report in detail back on December 16, 2017, after the New York Times and Politico covered the issue in major stories.
According to Turber, the media’s tepid response to the revelation was a major factor in him coming forward. He insists that rather than being a whistleblower, he has been encouraged to come forward by official sources to reveal his testimony and prepare the public for the major revelations that lie ahead.
Unfortunately, Turber has not shared any official documents confirming his Air Force career and work with different military contractors. This is puzzling since other former USAF personnel and corporate employees, such as Edgar Fouche, have publicly released such documentation when they have come forward to reveal their insider knowledge of the TR-3B and Aurora Project without suffering any repercussions.
What Turber did share with his interviewer, Jim Breslo, was data from the Google Maps timeline feature that showed that on November 18, 2017, his phone recorded a flight from Ontario, California to the US East Coast that lasted one hour and 24 minutes [timestamp 1:17:40]. Turber alluded to the incident as objective evidence that he was involved in a highly classified aerospace project at the time but was not able to reveal more details.
The phone data timeline indeed does corroborate his core claim of having worked on classified aerospace projects since it is difficult to explain how anyone using a conventional aviation transport can travel from the West to East coast in 84 minutes. Nevertheless, the Google Maps travel timeline isn’t sufficient to corroborate what his “official” sources told him, so hopefully Turber will share some of his documentation to substantiate his military and aerospace career.
Breslo brought up the remarkable similarity between the flight performance of the Tic Tac craft and a Navy patent for a Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft (HAUC) which I have previously discussed, and which Brett Tingley and Tyler Rogoway, writing for The Drive, have connected to the Tic Tac incidents.
The Navy patent explains how the craft is able to travel without friction under water and through the air by creating a quantum vacuum bubble around it: as explained by Tingley:
In the Navy’s patent application for the HAUC, it’s claimed that the radical abilities of propulsion and maneuverability are made possible thanks to an incredibly powerful electromagnetic field that essentially creates a quantum vacuum around itself that allows it to ignore aerodynamic or hydrodynamic forces and remove its own inertial mass from the equation. Thus, the ability to generate such high-frequency electromagnetic waves is key to the alleged abilities of this theoretical hybrid craft that can soar near effortlessly through air and water at incredible speeds with little to no resistance or inertia.
Turber dismissed the Navy patent as bogus [timestamp 36:18], yet the principle of a quantum vacuum around the craft being generated by electromagnetic energy makes for a compelling explanation for how such craft could achieve supercavitation when traveling through different mediums such as water, air, and space.
Turber’s testimony is very helpful since it directly points to the Tic Tac craft being part of a USAF secret space program, and that these assets are now in the process of being handed over to the new Space Force, just as predicted in the US Air Secret Space Program: Shifting Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force. That means exciting times lie ahead as Space Force unveils the secret space program it has inherited from the USAF.

The United States Space Force has just recruited and promoted the Commander of the Air Force’s 1st Special Operations Wing who had led covert operations around the world and in space. This clears the way for antigravity vehicles that were secretly deployed out of select Air Force bases to be transferred over to Space Force and for many “Air Commandos” to be renamed as “Space Commandos”.
Brig General Michael Conley
Colonel Michael Conley who headed the Air Force’s 1st Special Operations Wing was promoted to Brigadier General in his new assignment as second in charge of Space Operations Command that currently makes up the bulk of the newly created Space Force with nearly 16,000 personnel.
The personnel are distributed over five Air Force bases – Vandenberg, Peterson, Patrick, Schriever, and Buckley – which according to the head of Space Force, General Jay Raymond, are soon to be renamed space bases.

Conley led the 1st Special Operations Wing, from 2018 to 2020 at Hurlburt Field, in Florida. It was during his leadership that a number of triangle and rectangle-shaped antigravity vehicles were photographed near MacDill Air Force Base, home of Pentagon’s Special Operations Command.
The photographer, who uses the pseudonym JP and currently serves with the US Army, says that he was taken aboard several of these vehicles, which he photographed on several occasions with the active encouragement of covert Air Force personnel.
JP witnessed personnel on a rectangle-shaped antigravity vehicle who wore patches of Air Force Special Operations. The same patches are worn by the special operations wing that was led by Conley at Hurlburt Field, which worked closely with MacDill’s Special Operations Command in covert operations around the world and in space.
This raises the distinct possibility that Conley was involved in the decision to allow antigravity vehicles manned by Air Force Commandos flying near MacDill AFB to be photographed by JP.
If so, then Conley was actively part of the covert disclosure initiative by the USAF to reveal its arsenal of antigravity vehicles to the general public, which I described in detail in the book, US Air Force Secret Space Program (2019).
This possibility gives added significance to Conley’s appointment and promotion to Space Force, and strengthens claims that the Space Force was created with the intent of revealing the Air Force’s secret space program (SSP).
Regardless of the question of whether Conley was part of an Air Force initiative to publicly begin acclimating the public to its secret space program in 2018, his new position as deputy commander of Space Force’s “Space Operations Command” means that he is in charge of transferring relevant Air Force covert aerospace operations over to Space Force.
General Conley will now oversee the reassignment of “Air Commandos” to “Space Commandos”, and transfer covert space assets used by the Air Force’s “1st Special Operations Wing” – some of which were photographed in 2017-2018 near MacDill AFB – to Space Force.
As Space Force continues to develop with the acquisition of personnel and resources, it is expected that more of the bureaucratic structures that supported the Air Force’s SSP, will be increasingly made transparent as it is transferred over to Space Force.
General Conley and the transition of “air commandos” to “space commandos” is merely one step in a transition process, which ultimately aims to have decades-old technologies deployed by the USAF SSP to be declassified as recent acquisitions by the new Space Force. This process will simultaneously inspire the American public with the impressive technologies deployed by Space Force, boost recruitment interest in the new military service, while deflecting away from troubling questions of why such technologies were not declassified decades earlier.
On January 17, 2019, newly retired US Air Force Lieutenant General Steven Kwast wrote an article in Politico about the need for Space Force to quickly break free of USAF strategic doctrine to create a “Pax Americana” in space otherwise China will quickly step into that role and take the strategic high ground. He explains that China is building a space navy with the equivalent of destroyers and cruisers, and that America must do the same. Is Kwast unaware that the USAF has already built a secret space program or is he laying the foundations for its future disclosure to the public?
Kwast retired from the USAF in September 2019 and gave a lecture two months later at Hillsdale College where he first presented his thinking about Space Force. In his Politico article, Kwast elaborates on many of the ideas he presented in his Hillsdale lecture.
Kwast begins his article by focusing on the future economy of space:
Space is so powerful and so full of resources that it will change the way humanity consumes energy, information, goods and services. It will also transform the way we travel more profoundly than the invention of the automobile and airplane combined. The newly established Space Force is imperative if we want to avoid war and manage this journey into the future of a new trillion-dollar space economy with the power to peacefully protect our people and values.
He warns that the USAF does not appreciate the strategic importance of protecting the future “trillion-dollar space economy”, but China is:
The problem is that the Air Force is proposing a Space Force that will not protect the marketplace of space beyond earth’s orbit. But China is.
Kwast is very critical of the Air Force approach to space and asserts that it doesn’t have the right mindset for utilizing the full potential of space:
First, the Air Force is trapped in an industrial-age mindset. It is projecting power through air, space, and cyber yet does not properly consider the space geography beyond earth’s orbit… In short, the current Air Force plan for the Space Force will lose the race to dominant the strategic high ground.
Kwast goes on to warn about the danger posed by China which is building a “guardian force” to protect its interests in the future “marketplace of space”:
If America wants peace in space, it must supply some form of guardian force with the power to hold participants accountable to international law and American values. China is already building its guardian force. China is building a navy in space, with the equivalent of battleships and destroyers that can move fast and kill. America’s satellites will be helpless to win against the superior speed and firepower in China’s force.
He describes China’s ability to destroy America’s satellite communications system and the superior strategy it has developed for space:
China is winning the space race not because it builds better space equipment but because it has a superior strategy. For example, if China stays on its current path, it will deploy nuclear propulsion and solar power stations in space within 10 years. While China will claim that power stations in space can beam clean energy to anyone on Earth, the alarming fact is that the same capability can be used to turn off any portion of the American power grid, and has the ability to paralyze our military might anywhere on the planet.
Kwast concludes his article by asserting that Space Force needs to become independent of the Air Force thinking:
There is one simple action that can propel America to win. Congress must take steps to make the Space Force independent of the Air Force and give it the mission to defend the economy of space. If not it will evolve too slowly and lose this strategic high ground. There may not be time to recover.
Kwast’s proposal that the US Space Force takes on the role of establishing a Pax Americana in space where US interests in the future “trillion-dollar space economy” has much support within the Trump administration.
After the passage of the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act establishing the creation of Space Force, its newly created Chief of Space Operations, General Jay Raymond, has transferred 16,000 USAF personnel into Space Force, is converting USAF bases to “space bases”, and approved a seal for the new service.
While Kwast lays out the need for a strategic doctrine of a Pax Americana in space involving the development of space cruisers and battleships, he does not appear aware that such a military force already exists. Is Kwast simply out of the loop about the antigravity vehicles of the USAF’s secret space program or is he laying the foundation for the Air Force to disclose its existence?

In short, the Pax Americana that Kwast forcefully argues needs to be established has existed for over four decades and China does not lead the way in establishing a “guardian force”, but is instead quickly catching up to what the USAF did decades earlier. In fact, China is so quickly bridging the technology gap thanks to its huge economy and industrial espionage, that its military strategists are planning for China to become the new global and space hegemon by 2030, thanks to the unrestricted embrace of Artificial Intelligence.

A case can be made that Kwast was simply out of the loop of the existence of a USAF secret space program since his career assignments did not involve positions where he had a “need to know” of such a highly classified program. His last assignment was Commander of Air Education and Training Command in San Antonio, Texas.
It’s also very possible that his justification of Space Force is designed to have the American public give uncritical support for the creation of a Pax Americana in space while covering up the fact that it was established decades ago, without the American public being informed. An inconvenient fact that is sure to make many angry over the decades-long delay in sharing the revolutionary advances in electromagnetic propulsion technologies, new energy systems and healing modalities that have been kept hidden from the general public.
A major breakthrough has occurred in the scientific community’s almost unanimous skeptical reaction to Dr. Salvator Pais’ patent for a portable nuclear fusion reactor that would power his proposed “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft” – a prestigious engineering journal has published a paper authored by him describing his incredible invention and its applications.
The paper is titled “The Plasma Compression Fusion Device—Enabling Nuclear Fusion Ignition” and it appeared in the November 2019 edition (Vol 47, Issue 11) of the journal, IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science. The journal is published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and only publishes articles that are peer reviewed in a blind submission process.
The importance of Pais’ paper being published in such a prestigious journal is that prominent electrical engineers have concluded that his concepts are worthy of being taken seriously even though most scientists, including patent examiners, have expressed outright skepticism about their feasibility.
In a January 22 article describing the publication of Pais’ paper, the Drive’s Brett Tingley interviewed a number of scientists that ridiculed Pais’ ideas as “pseudo-science and empty jargon”. Yet, as Tingley has pointed out previously, the Chief Technology Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, firmly supports Pais’ inventions as “operable”, and decades of government research support the feasibility of similar concepts.
Now the IEEE paper adds another level of scientific credibility to Pais’ invention since the anonymous reviewers clearly concluded it was not “pseudo-science and empty jargon”.
The plasma compression fusion device (PCFD) generates the energy gain by plasma compression-induced nuclear fusion. This concept has the capability of maximizing the product of plasma pressure and energy confinement time to maximize the energy gain, and thus give rise to fusion ignition conditions….
The concept uses controlled motion of electrically charged matter through accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth, yet rapid acceleration transients, to generate extremely high-energy/high-intensity EM radiation (fields of high-energy photons) which not only confines the plasma but also greatly compresses it so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition. The PCFD concept can produce power in the gigawatt to terrawatt range (and higher) with input power in the kilowatt to megawatt range and can possibly lead to ignition (self-sustained) plasma burn. Several important practical engineering and operational issues with operating a device such as the PCFD are discussed.
Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor with a proposed output of 1000 gigawatts (one terrawatt) or even higher, far exceeds the maximum output of the largest nuclear power plant in the US, Palo Verde in Arizona, which produces a paltry four gigawatts in comparison. Indeed, Pais’ invention dwarfs the power supply of the nuclear fission reactors powering the new Gerald Ford Class aircraft carriers, which produce only 0.7 gigawatts (700 megawatts).
Put simply, if Pais’ invention proves to be feasible, then it could virtually end the fossil fuel industry overnight and revolutionize the aerospace industry since it is fully portable.
In fact, Pais proposed the nuclear fusion reactor as the power supply for his “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Vehicle” he described in an earlier patent granted on December 4, 2018, after it had been earlier turned down by a skeptical examiner. Pais fully intended his nuclear plasma fusion reactor to be used in future generations of air and space craft.
In an earlier article, I discussed how Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor would be capable of powering the kilometer-long spacecraft that several insiders claimed to have been secretly built and deployed as far back as the early 1980s.
According to the late William Tompkins, a former aerospace systems engineer, Nautilus class nuclear powered attack submarines were retrofitted to be able to perform the hybrid maneuvers of underwater, air and space operations in the late 1970s. The retrofitted submarines were used as prototypes for the larger kilometer-sized spacecraft then secretly under construction near the Wasatch Mountains, Utah.
The retrofitting of a nuclear submarine would have required swapping out its nuclear fission reactor, with something far more powerful, like Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor, in order to convert submarines into hybrid water, air and space craft. All this occurred back in the late 1970s, which means that something similar to Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor must have existed at that time and was being secretly used by the US military.
This is where the testimony of David Adair becomes important to understanding the history of the clandestine development and the use of nuclear fusion reactor engines. Adair claims that back in 1971, he built a prototype “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” for a 10-foot rocket he developed with the active support of the US Air Force. Adair says that he was backed by General Curtis LeMay, the former USAF Chief of Staff from 1961 to 1965, who secretly provided Adair with resources and USAF personnel even though he was only 17 at the time on a science project.
Documentary support for Adair’s remarkable testimony comes from local newspaper reports describing the Air Force certificate he won for his 10-foot rocket project. An April 19, 1971 news story from the Mount Vernon News says that his rocket exhibit “has been selected as the most outstanding in the field of engineering sciences”.
Adair’s story was first covered in a 2002 interview with Robert Stanley published in Nexus Magazine. In short, Adair claims that as a result of his success in building a prototype nuclear fusion engine for his 10-foot rocket, he was given access to a much larger “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” at Groom Lake, Nevada (aka Area 51). Adair learned that the engine at Area 51 was extraterrestrial in origin and the Air Force was attempting to reverse engineer it.
While there are differences in the way Adair described the operation of his “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” to Pais description of the operation of his “Plasma Compression Fusion Device”, the similarities are remarkable. Both use electromagnetic energy in unconventional ways to ignite a nuclear fusion process in a portable engine that can generate an enormous energy output.
Adair’s testimony gives us crucial insights into the timeline for the development of nuclear fusion engines using plasma and electromagnetic devices. These were being studied and developed in the early 1970s, making the initial prototypes ready for deployment by the late 1970s – the time Tompkins says that the Navy began deploying its retrofitted Nautilus submarines as hybrid water, air and space craft.
It’s no coincidence that Pais’ inventions are being exposed to the scientific community at the same time that Space Force has been officially created. As detailed in my Secret Space Program book series, both the US Air Force and Navy have a number of antigravity craft that use non-conventional energy systems for their power supply. The most important undoubtedly are the nuclear fusion reactors that are ignited via plasma and electromagnetic devices such as Pais and Adair’s inventions.
The antigravity spacecraft secretly developed by the USAF are being increasingly leaked to the general public as exemplified in photos taken of triangle and rectangle-shaped antigravity craft near MacDill Air Force Base in 2017 and 2018.
Space Force, as discussed in my USAF Secret Space Program (2019), has been created to unveil to the general public the arsenal of spacecraft and weapons that have been developed in classified programs and covertly deployed. This is supported by statements made by the USAF Secretary, Barbara Barrett, in December 2019, when she said the following about classified Air Force technologies:
Declassifying some of what is currently held in secure vaults would be a good idea… You would have to be careful about what we declassify, but there is much more classified than what needs to be.
The publication of Pais’s paper in a prestigious engineering journal in November 2019 is a sure sign that the scientific community is being given advance notice that revolutionary energy systems exist that use unconventional electromagnetic and plasma devices to ignite the nuclear fusion process, and scientists/engineers need to start paying attention.
