• YouTube channel UFOmania has posted a video that claims senior Navy and other top American military personnel are secretly meeting with extraterrestrial beings including the ‘Greys’ from the Zeta Reticuli star system. These extraterrestrials are known as “the controllers”. These claims are based on information from three sources, who were interviewed by ExoNews/ExoPolitics.org founder, Dr Michael Salla. • There have also been a series of top secret meetings at the United Nations and at the Johnston Atoll, a US territorial island near Hawaii where UFOs and aliens have been discussed.
• In addition, Emery Smith, a black project whistleblower who claims to have worked in a deep underground biological facility located in the US, says that work is taking place on extraterrestrial technology harvested from alien beings and their crashed or captured spaceships. Smith says that ET flying saucers are mostly “organic and linked to the driver”. The ET craft can be “infused with life and intelligence” and “change shape”. Smith says that ET technology is thousands of years ahead or our own, and is being suppressed from public knowledge. YouTube channel UFOmania has posted a video that makes a number of astonishing allegations about regular contact between top American military figures and extraterrestrials.
These claims are based on information from three sources, who are said to have been interviewed by Dr Michael Salla, an expert on international politics and US foreign policy.
Dr Salla concluded that a secret programme of meetings is under way involving senior US military navy officers and other military personnel with one or more extra terrestrial civilisations, according to the video.
Bizarre claims state the meetings have involved a number of ET groups, including the “greys” that are typically depicted in pop culture.
The extraterrestrials are said to be nicknamed the “controllers”.
UFOmania also claims one race involved comes from the Zeta Reticuli star system, which has long been associated with alien mythology after the abduction of Betty and Barney Hill in 1961.
Betty drew a star map of the alien’s home, which appeared similar to Zeta Reticuli, after she claimed to have seen it on a spaceship.
The aliens are plotting to create a “humanoid” race that will be “placed on earth in the near future”, according to the video.

• On May 4th, Luis Elizondo, the former US intelligence officer who ran the Pentagon’s UFO program known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, stated on the CBS affiliate television station’s news show “Las Vegas Now” that the program’s closing in 2009 had more to do with offending senior officials’ religious beliefs than budget pressures.

• David Clarke, a research fellow at Sheffield Hallam University who obtained the UK’s UFO files from the MoD following a freedom of information request, told The Guardian that UK officials have only “encouraged conspiracy theorists through their own paranoia” by closing its UFO desk in 2009 and destroying the ministry’s UFO files.
Though it was officially announced in 2012 that the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a secret US Defense Intelligence Agency program that studied UFOs, was shuttered over budget pressures, it has since been revealed that its closure had more to do with senior officials and their religious beliefs.
Speaking with Las Vegas Now on Friday, Luis Elizondo, a former intelligence officer with knowledge on the matter, explained that senior officials pushed back on the secret program over concerns that the study would become an embarrassment for the department and because it conflicted with their religious beliefs.
Elizondo, who previously spoke out about the five-year-old program to the New York Times in December 2017, stressed that though the government’s funding ended in 2012, the study continues as officials from the US Navy and the CIA offered resources to further the program. It is speculated that the program is still active, just through private funding.
It should be noted that following Elizondo’s big reveal, two videos were released by the US Department of Defense that showed service members encountering unidentified flying objects.
But Elizondo isn’t the only official spilling the beans on secret government programs investigating UFOs.

The committee swiftly approved the recommendations of the Strategic Forces Subcommittee on military space reforms. One is to establish a subordinate unified Space Command under U.S. Strategic Command. Another provision calls for the secretary of the Air Force to establish a new numbered Air Force dedicated to space warfighting. The bill also directs the deputy secretary of defense to develop a plan to establish a separate acquisition system for military space vehicles, ground systems and terminals.
Unlike last year’s bill, this one does not mandate the establishment of a separate space corps in the U.S. military. That proposal is on hold pending the completion of an independent study mandated in the 2018 NDAA.
The only obstacle in this year’s push to reorganize space was an amendment introduced by Tactical Air and Land Forces Subcommittee Chairman Mike Turner to delay the creation of a sub-unified space command until after the Pentagon submits the independent study.
Turner was the chairman of Strategic Forces before Rep. Mike Rogers took over. His amendment would allow the secretary of defense to waive the requirement for the creation of a subordinate unified command if the study provided an alternative that congressional leaders found acceptable.
Rogers and Ranking Democrat Rep. Jim Cooper pushed back fiercely during the committee markup, and Turner’s amendment was rejected by voice vote.
Turner could reintroduce the amendment before the full House vote but he would face tough odds. The Rules Committee would take the HASC rejection into account before allowing the amendment to get to the House floor.
“This committee continues to place a high priority on following through with fixing the significant flaws in the organization and management of national security space enterprise,” Rogers said during the markup on Wednesday. “We continue to work with DoD on the report, but we recognize Congress has to continue to place significant pressure on the bureaucracy.”

• The video footage (see 6:45 minute video with three very cool video images of UFOs) comes from the late Dr. Roger Leir, a Doctor of Podiatric medicine who had performed more than fifteen surgeries that removed sixteen separate alien implants. In the video is what appears to be two beings inside of a UFO.
• Filmed by multiple film crews in Turkey, and witnessed by several local villagers, it is known as the Kumburgaz, Turkey UFO incident. It made headlines in Turkey, and the video was analyzed by the government-sponsored Scientific and Technology Research Board of Turkey which concluded and vouched for its authenticity.
• Paraphrasing Dr Lier’s quote below: ‘We’re standing on an elevated deck. The camera had a 300 mm lens and an electronic doubler, so we were able to close in on the object at 600 times magnification. After getting our focus on the moon, we moved the camera over to this little bright light and then started to zoom in on it. When we got probably three quarters of the way from magnification we see that this light is not a plane. It’s not a star and it’s not a helicopter. It has a cylindrical shape to the front. When it would turn you could see that it was probably crescent shaped. We closed on the front of the object and we couldn’t believe what we were seeing. In the viewing port of the craft was being lit by the moon. Through these ports was light emanating from the internal portion of the craft. And standing there in these portals were some of these beings. They knew we were there filming them it, was like “oh hello, go ahead film away.’
• Does it mean the footage below is real? No, but it might be one of the few authentic ones out there where occupants of these ‘UFOs’ are actually seen. It’s natural for humans to fear the unknown. But why don’t we question what’s happening in our world? Where is the line drawn between not being concerned and completely denying a reality? At what point does something become a reality?
I know, reading the title would instantly have a ‘non believer’ click the X button on the top righthand corner of the screen, and that’s fine, but the truth remains. And that truth is the fact that “there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone.” Those are the words of Luis Elizondo, who is one member of the To The Stars Academy, a man with a long career within the U.S. Department of Defense, who recently retired from the Pentagon, and was a director of the “Ariel Threats Identification Program.”
Does it mean the footage below is real? No, but the source is interesting and myself as well as many other UFO researchers in the field, would tell you that it might be one of the few authentic ones out there where occupants of these ‘UFOs’ are seen. The US government has now released UFO footage, more on that below.
Through To The Stars, the U.S. government has been, and will continue to release footage they’ve collected over many years of UFOs that perform maneuvers which defy, as Elizondo states, our understanding of aerodynamics. They’ve released some pretty amazing ones so far that come with actual electrooptical data and radar tracking reports. Keep in mind, as stressed by Elizondo and various documents that’ve been released prior to this disclosure, that military encounters with UFOs have occurred many times. There are many examples and reports to choose from and I recently wrote an article about an incident which occurred with the Chilean Air Force.
What’s interesting about the recent mainstream coverage is that they released actual video footage and to be honest, it’s quite discouraging that UFO footage has to be released by the U.S. government in order for it to be considered ‘real.’ Sure, there are still many out here who are going to call it fake, which means one thing, there are a group of defense officials making fake videos, putting them out in the public, and saying they’re real or, it’s actual authentic footage.
To contemplate the first one is just as intriguing to contemplate the second, but in my mind, there is no doubt that these are indeed real, and we don’t need these videos to come out to prove that.
The story as to what they are, however, will most likely be controlled by some ‘powerful people’ who oversee governments. Who knows what spin they will put on it via mainstream media, but right now we are currently seeing ‘official disclosure.’
This is the first time we’ve seen media ‘owned by the establishment’ present the UFO topic in a credible way, which is peculiar for multiple reasons. They told the truth, yet there still seems to be some misinformation with regards to the materials that have been collected in association with these UFOs, as pointed out by the New York Times.
This is why the footage below is also intriguing. Elizondo admitted that this type of thing has happened thousands of times and the ‘unofficial’ reports and sightings from citizens of the world have never been considered credible, when some of them very well could be. But we didn’t need Elizondo, again, we’ve had evidence, and even physical evidence of these crafts for a long time.
Whether or not they are alien is a completely different question and discussion.

These objects have been investigated by several prestigious laboratories, including Los Alamos National Laboratories, New Mexico Tech, and many others. Unfortunately, he passed away in March 2014, but his legacy lives on.
In the film below, you will see what appears to be two beings inside of a UFO. Filmed by multiple film crews in Turkey, it made headlines there. It’s known as the Kum¬burgaz, Turkey UFO incident, and involves several witnesses who live in the local village. The video was ana¬lyzed by the Sci¬en¬tific and Tech¬nol¬ogy Research Board of Turkey (which is sponsored by the gov¬ern¬ment). They concluded and vouched for its authenticity.
In conclusion, even though a detailed analysis of the footage is conducted, it might still remain unidentified. Hence, other reference objects need to be recorded in the same frame with the disputable object and further shootings need to be done by ourselves with special equipment in the same location and conditions.
Accordingly, the term “UFO” (Unidentified Flying Object) which has been used for these sort of dubious objects can also be used for these objects. But, this definition does not mean that these objects are from extraterrestrial (flying saucer etc.) origin.
The incidents were dramatic. Apparently, for several days disc, metallic spheres, round, and oval shaped unknown craft visited the Sea of Mar¬mara just off the coast of Kum¬burgaz, Turkey.
It also so happens that Dr. Lier was there as well and had a powerful camera on hand. Below is a snippet from one of many interviews he’s given describing the experience, “We’re standing on an elevated deck, which has nothing between us and the water. It was a rather warm night and there was a very very bright full moon. The camera we were using had a 300 mm lens and an electronic doubler. In other words we were able to push or close in on the object 600 times magnification. We started by looking at the moon… the moon was very bright and under these circumstances it’s just the absolute worst time to look for UFOs because the light from the moon pollutes the surrounding sky it’s like, you know, trying to film something at night in the sky in the middle of the city…But anyway…We saw a little bright dot to the left and below the moon and then after getting our focus on the moon we moved the camera over to this little bright light and then started to zoom in on it… and when we got probably 3 quarters of the way from magnification and we’re looking through the view finder and we’re also recording this on the monitor, we see that this light is not a plane. It’s not from a star, it’s not a helicopter, it has a shape to it, which was cylindrical in the front, and then it would turn time to time and you could see that it was probably crescent shaped…And as we pushed on what we considered the front of the object, now that’s when we were so startled by…we just couldn’t believe what we were seeing…This was a craft that had, whatever you choose to call it…Viewing ports, windows, whatever, three, one big one in the front and one towards each side and the craft externally was being lit by the moon…So you could see that it was a shiny… sort of metallic material. What you could see through these ports was light that was emanating from the internal portion of the craft and standing there in these portals were some of these beings….They knew we were there filming them it, was like “oh hello, go ahead film away.” (Interview with Dr. Lier)

• This is an account of a UFO sighting in Lafayette, Indiana as reported in the local newspaper, the Morning Journal, on May 9, 1897.
• A young man bicycling on a dark and deserted road near Stockwell IN on Saturday night, May 7th, between 8 and 9pm. He was startled by a loud hissing noise and an object passed over his head, so close that it blew his hat off. Reaching for his hat, he fell off of the bike. He looked up and saw in the sky a cigar-shaped craft, about 20 feet long and 8 feet in diameter. There was a box or car underneath the craft about 6 by 3 feet in dimension, suspended by a “network of tubular wires”. At either end of the cigar craft were bright, multi-colored lights.
• “Two men were standing on the ground by the side of the strange object and seemed to be busy with several of the wires leading from the lower part of the queer object to the upper part. They spoke occasionally and I heard one remark, ‘I wonder where we are?’ He spoke with a foreign accent and I thought at the time that he was some French scientist. The phenomena of unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, in America popularly dates back to the summer and fall of 1947 when cigar-shaped objects, blinking lights, strange sounds, odd creatures and what-have-you made headlines.
Many books have been written about UFOs over the years since then, a television series and one of the 1970s’ biggest hits, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind,” based on a fictional UFO sighting near Muncie, Ind.
The close student of history of Lafayette, though, would leap in amazement at a geniune UFO story printed in the Morning Journal on Monday May 9, 1897.

A Well Known Young Man Says He Saw the Mysterious Air Ship
“The strangest experience of my life,” said a well known young man in conversation with a Journal representative last evening, “came to me so unexpectedly Saturday evening that it startled me almost out of my wits for a moment.
“I had been out wheeling and was on my way home. I was on the road between Stockwell and Crane, the new name the post office had assigned to Culver station, and was treading at a pretty lively pace to get home in time to make a few purchases before the stores closed.
“Night had fallen and it must have been between 8 and 9 o’clock. The road was deserted and the only break in the monotony of my lonely ride was the occasional glimpse of a light shining fro the window of a farmhouse.
“My eyes were bent on the road in front of me and my thoughts were busy with matters common to the thoughts of most young men. I was conscious of the fact that it was dark, that I was alone and that I was moving. Beyond these conditions my mind had but little to do with the materiality of my surroundings.
“All at once there was a change in my mental status. I was brought back to a realization of earthly things by an unearthly occurrence. A loud, hissing noise very similar to the escape of steam from a locomotive sounded so near me that I was startled into alertness. I looked for a railroad and the headlight of an engine, expecting to see the latter at my elbow, but saw neither.
“Before I could get the engine idea out of my mind my hat was almost lifted from my head by the wind of an object passing over my head. I released my hold on the handlebars of my wheel and threw my hands to catch my hat. Just then my wheel struck a rock or something and I was dismounted in a trice, falling on my back on the road.
“As my eyes turned upward they met a sight that made me wish I had fallen into a deep hole with a cover on it. Only a few yards away to my right in a small meadow I saw the strangest object that any mortal has ever seen.

• George Knapp and his “I-Team” of UFO investigators (pictured above) have released the first documents pertaining to the Pentagon UFO research program, the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’, run by Luis Elizondo and reported in December by the New York Times. The NYT article was accompanies by to declassified military videos of UFO’s, one dubbed the ‘tic-tac’ UFO seen by Navy pilots over the Pacific off of San Diego in 2004.
• Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada created and funded the program which lasted from 2008 to 2012. The top-secret government contract was awarded to Bigelow Aerospace. Elizondo confirms that Reid did not unlawfully funnel the contract to his old friend, Robert Bigelow. Rather, Bigelow had spent years and millions of dollars on his own scientific study of UFOs and related topics, and had hired a team of 46 scientists and investigators, along with dozens of other support personnel, at his Utah facility. Therefore, Bigelow was considered the most qualified to conduct a pentagon program to study breakthrough aircraft/ spacecraft propulsion technologies.
• Elizondo oversaw the study from the Pentagon, and focused on military encounters with unknown aircraft. He kept a low profile relying on an informal network of colleagues to investigate cases that came in. Said Elizondo, “It is a confederated approach, so you had folks in the Navy, in DIA, in pockets here and there. We worked collectively.”
• There was pushback at the Pentagon. Some worried the study would become an embarrassment if the word got out. Others opposed it on religious grounds.
• Bigelow Aerospace’s study produced volumes of highly technical scientific reports including projections about warp drives and anti-gravity propulsion. “These studies are so loaded with information,” Sen. Reid said. “One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there’s no explanation for. Well there are now.”

LAS VEGAS – UFO investigators are hoping to obtain a treasure trove of Pentagon documents that were generated by a once-secret military study of flying saucers and other weird aircraft.
The government confirms there was a UFO program. It supposedly ended in 2012, but the Pentagon has not yet released any reports or files.
The I-Team gives the first look at documents which prove the UFO study was real and was based in southern Nevada.
Last October, former intelligence officer Luis Elizondo revealed he’d been in charge of a secret Pentagon project that studied UFOs. The story picked up steam two months later when the New York Times reported the name of the program AATIP or Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. At the same time, two once-classified videos were released.
One of them a 2004 encounter between warplanes from the USS Nimitz carrier group and a vastly superior UFO dubbed the Tic Tac.
“I received communication from a man who worked for one of the defense agencies, a PHD in physics and math. He said ‘I know everything about rockets but I don’t know what these things are,'” said Sen. Harry Reid.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid started a dialogue with a senior scientist working for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Alarmed that no one was paying attention to dramatic intrusions by unknown aircraft, Reid and colleagues secured funding for an ongoing study, but it wasn’t called AATIP. The original acronym was AAWSAP or Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program.
In Aug. 2008, DIA posted a solicitation for bids. Weeks later, the contract was awarded to Bigelow Aerospace, the initial amount was $10 million. It required Bigelow to provide a facility that qualified for top secret work. Harry Reid did not influence the selection process.

• If aliens reach out to us, what would happen first? Would it cause a panic, as when the H.G. Wells novel “War of the Worlds” played on the CBS Radio system across the United States? Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) researcher Duncan Forgan thinks that the “War of the Worlds” broadcast may be instructive as SETI scientists worldwide update their “first contact” protocols. The International Academy of Astronautics SETI Permanent Committee created a post-ET detection protocol in 1989 which was updated in 2010. The new update should be finished in a few years, says Forgan.
• Scientists assume alien contact would happen through a signal purposely sent toward Earth. The signal would be verified by multiple observatories, and once confirmed it would be announce this to the world at a press conference. Everyone in the project would need to be sworn to secrecy during the verification period. But in this day and age, it would likely be leaked. In such a case, scientists would inform the public on the degree of likelihood that the alien contact is “real.”
• If aliens physically arrived here, these “first contact” protocols likely would be useless as the ET beings would do whatever they liked. The manner in which the ET’s presented themselves to the planet would be up to them.
• The first modern SETI experiment searching for an extraterrestrial ‘signal’ took place in 1960. Under Project Ozma, Cornell University astronomer Frank Drake pointed a radio telescope (located at Green Bank, West Virginia) at two stars called Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani. On August 15, 1977, the Ohio State University SETI’s program made international headlines after a project volunteer wrote, “Wow!” beside a strong signal received by a telescope there. The “Wow” signal was never repeated, however.
• The SETI Institute was founded in 1984, giving rise to many other independent SETI groups at universities and institutions worldwide. Currently, the SETI Institute, in collaboration with other institutes, is working on a concept called the Allen Telescope Array, which has dozens of radio dishes in northern California.
• Greetings to aliens have also been offered through space probes such as Pioneers 10 and 11 on which a plaque was mounted showing the form of the human body and where the Earth is located in the galaxy. The Pioneer spacecraft also contained two golden records with recorded Earth sounds ranging from whale calls, to music, to the word “hello” in many languages. A 1974 radio transmission from the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico included such things as the numbers 1 through 10, the atomic numbers of elements such as hydrogen and oxygen, information about DNA, and diagrams of a human body, the Earth and our solar system.
If aliens reach out to us, what would happen first?
It’s a question that has puzzled science fiction fans and scientists alike for decades, and we already may have a hint of how people will react. On Oct. 30, 1938, a dramatized version of the 1898 H.G. Wells novel “War of the Worlds” played on the CBS Radio system across the United States. The story details how Martians attacked Earth.
The radio broadcast caused a reaction when people mistook it for a real radio report, but accounts vary as to how much of a reaction. Some accounts describe nationwide panic, while others say not very many people actually listened to the broadcast. The promise of alien life stars in Episode 1 of “AMC Visionaries: James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction,” which debuts on AMC tonight. Still, Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) researcher Duncan Forgan told Space.com the “War of the Worlds” broadcast may be instructive to think about as SETI scientists worldwide update their “first contact” protocols.
“If you pick the right science fiction — the hard science fiction — it’s placed in the best possible educated guesses about what will happen,” said Forgan, who is a research fellow at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. He explained that “hard” science fiction refers to science fiction that emphasizes accuracy (think the 2015 movie “The Martian,” for example).
If researchers find a signal today, Forgan said, one of the things they will have to manage is a public used to getting constant news updates on Twitter and other forms of social media. It’s something Forgan and his colleagues are already working on. The International Academy of Astronautics SETI Permanent Committee created a post-detection protocol in 1989 that was slightly updated in 2010; a new update is starting soon and should be finished in a few years, Forgan said.
Scientific work
For the most part, scientists assume alien contact would happen through a signal purposely sent toward Earth. The “acid test” is to make sure the signal is verified by multiple observatories, said SETI Institute senior astronomer Seth Shostak. “It would take a while to verify, and then the people who like to think about these matters say you would have a press conference and announce this to the world,” he said, but he added that wouldn’t work unless everyone in the project were sworn to secrecy. In this era of news leaks, he said that situation is very unlikely to hold.
So, scientists try instead to stick to a protocol that includes informing the public. The 2010 IAA protocol only runs to two pages and covers facets such as searching for a signal, handling evidence and what to do in the case of a confirmed detection.
If the evidence gets out to the public while the scientists are still analyzing the signal, Forgan said they could manage the public’s expectations by using something called the Rio Scale. It’s essentially a numeric value that represents the degree of likelihood that an alien contact is “real.” (Forgan added that the Rio Scale is also undergoing an update, and more should be coming out about it in May.)
If the aliens did arrive here, “first contact” protocols likely would be useless, because if they’re smart enough to show up physically, they could probably do anything else they like, according to Shostak. “Personally, I would leave town,” Shostak quipped. “I would get a rocket and get out of the way. I have no idea what they are here for.”

[It] suddenly formed out of junk DNA.” The Chromosone-2 upgrade is only found in large-brained humans, Neanderthals and Denisovans, and no other primate species. “The three species went on to become advanced humans with art, culture and increasingly complex technologies,” noted Fenton.
• Mrs Fenton and her husband, Bruce Fenton, previously co-authored a book entitled Alcheringa which promotes the theory an alien spaceship from the Pleiades star cluster exploded in our atmosphere hundreds of thousands of years ago. In the book they claim that the melted wreckage of the crashed craft explains the mysterious Australites tektite buttons, small dark glass objects found across Australia and Asia that geologists have dated to around 780,000 years ago. Says Mrs Fenton, “According to a NASA study, the resulting liquid glass (containing around 80% silica from melted quartz crystal) formed spheres in space which then instantly froze and began to fall into our atmosphere… As they entered they heated and melted to form unique button shapes before landing right across Australasia.”

Extraterrestrials decided instead to “alter the genetic make up” of early human ancestors so they became more intelligent.
The proof is in the fusion of Chromosome-2 around 780,000 years ago based on the book Hybrid Humans written by Daniella Fenton.
Chromosone-2 is found in all large-brained humans, including Neanderthals and Denisovans, but no other primate species.

She went on: “This was not the only change at this time and two very extraordinary changes are the sudden appearance of miR-941, which played a crucial role in human brain development.

What Mrs Fenton claims are the “signature of aliens” is dramatic changes to a neocortex gene called ARHGAP11B – associated with sight and hearing in mammals.
The official explanation for Chromosome-2, the second largest in humans, does not involve aliens.
Researcher JW IJdo concluded Chromosome-2 “marks the point at which two ancestral ape chromosomes fused to give rise to human Chromosome-2.”
The Australian author, who studied equine genetic and is a spirtualist and certified shaman, claims to have physical evidence to support the ancient alien theory.
Her husband Bruce is also a writer who worked on the research.

• Maurene Morgan, the Section Director for the Washington State Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), recently spoke on the topic of “Unraveling A Mystery: UFOs and ETs in Ancient Art”. Morgan presented artwork from different parts of the world and different time periods that showed recurring motifs. Morgan showed a series of images of ancient statutes of people depicted with goggles, flat and concave faces. Sometimes they are depicted as astronauts or reptilian beings. These images are from disparate civilizations that should not have contact with each other. “Ancient art has something to say about our origin,” Morgan said, and that the only common theme and explanation for this was an “alien presence in human affairs.”
• Morgan’s belief in extraterrestrials and UFOs stems from her skepticism of how the human story has been portrayed. There is still no understanding about how life began. “The reality we are given is a culturally constructed one to basically keep us dumb and happy,” said Morgan. “We have this real ego thing. ‘We’re the most intelligent species in the universe.’ Well what if we find out we’re a hologram or a ‘Sims’ game?” “What if we do find out we’re ‘owned’ by somebody and we’re being genetically harvested or souls harvested or something like that. There is evidence for all of these.”
• Morgan denied an audience member’s argument that there are no recent accounts of extraterrestrials, and that the physical evidence seems to diminish as technology increases. Since taking over as State Director last June, she has received 140 reports of sightings or about 30 each month. “I’m pretty sure this stuff is still happening,” Morgan said.
• In conclusion, Morgan stated, “There’s vast areas of disagreement.” “These are areas where academics don’t even want to go. [By addressing these controversial topics] you can just about guarantee that you are never going to get your thesis ever approved. You’re never going to get a job. You are never going to get your books published. You’re never going to get a position in either academia or in the scientific community if you’re on the fringe.”

“Put all your preconceived notions aside, open up your brain, take this information in and let your mind go where it wants to go,” Morgan said.
Morgan, the Washington State Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) state section director, took artwork from different parts of the world, from different time periods, and showed recurring motifs in it. The presentation aimed to prove that the only common theme and explanation for this was outside influence.

The presentation was sponsored by Centralia College, Timberland Regional Library and McMenamins as a lead up to the 19th Annual McMenamins UFO Festival, which takes place next month in McMinnville, Oregon.
Morgan began by saying she was “making a case for alien presence in human affairs.” She noted that there is still no agreement for how life began, and there are seven main theories among mainstream scientists.
Morgan’s belief in extraterrestrials and UFOs doesn’t seem to stem from a willingness to accept any idea, but rather, extreme skepticism of how humanity has chosen to write its story.
“The reality we are given is a culturally constructed one to basically keep us dumb and happy, particularly if what’s happening isn’t necessarily for our benefit,” Morgan divulged after the presentation.
“What if we do find out we’re ‘owned’ by somebody and we’re being genetically harvested or souls harvested or something like that. We have this real ego thing. ‘We’re the most intelligent species in the universe.’ Well what if we find out we’re a hologram or a sims game? There is evidence for all of these.”
Morgan, who spent five years sailing around the world from 1978 until 1983, spent a good portion of her presentation discussing the Marquesas Islands, a group of volcanic islands in French Polynesia.
Morgan showed stark contrasts between statues she described as “intimate family portraits” and statues with “piggy faces,” both found in the Marquesas. The latter feature is found in various places all over the world.
“There must be a common source for that motif,” Morgan said. “Either these are self portraits, or the people are depicting something they see in their environment.”
Morgan showed a plethora of images where people depicted goggles, flat and concave faces and reptilian beings. Many of the images were from disparate parts of the world, from civilizations that should not have had contact with each other.

He has a mask on his nose, he uses his two hands to manipulate some controls, and the heel of his left foot is on a kind of pedal with different adjustments… The rear portion is separated from him; he is sitting on a complicated chair, and outside of this whole frame, you see a little flame like an exhaust.”
From the raising of the Egyptian pyramids to the mysterious Nazca Lines and the ominous heads of Easter Island, the creation of many ancient constructions has been attributed to interstellar visitors.
For decades, these impressive man-made sites have been scoured by crypto-archeologists in the hopes of discovering evidence of extraterrestrial intervention.
Over the years many claimed to have uncovered concrete proof of ancient carvings, cave paintings and other iconography that is indisputable proof of UFOs.
But what are some of the most convincing of these supposedly alien depictions from a time long past?
1. The Helicopter Hieroglyphs in the Temple of Seti I
The magnificent great Pyramids of Giza are popular fodder for conspiracy theories and the whole of the ancient Egyptian civilisation has in one way or another been linked to bizarre alien conspiracies.
But one of the most convincing bits of evidence aliens have in fact helped raise the ancient civilisation is a set of unusual hieroglyphs in the 3,000-year-old Temple of Seti in Abydos, Egypt.

Among conspiracy forums, the icons have become known as the “Helicopter Hieroglyphs” for supposedly showing eerie pictures of what appears to be a helicopter and futuristic aircraft.
Some pseudo-archeologists who have seen the glyphs in person claimed they were left behind by time travellers while other suggested they were left behind to honour alien visitors.
Most genuine archeologists however will agree the icons are the simple result of typographical errors – overlapping symbols in a day and age where typos were quite literally set in stone.
2. The UFO ancient murals of Charama
This bizarre looking painting found in a cave in India has baffled scientists for its supposed depiction of an alien UFO beaming in the sky.
The puzzling mural from Charama, Chhattisgarh, dates back some 10,000 years to a time before humans have invited the wheel.

Archaeologist JR Bhagat who studied the cave paintings in 2014 argued they were concrete evidence Aliens have walked among us in the past.
He said: “The findings suggest that humans in prehistoric times may have seen or imagined beings from other planets which still create curiosity among people and researchers.
“Extensive research is needed for further findings. Chhattisgarh presently doesn’t have any such expert who could give clarity on the subject.”
He added: “The fan-like antenna and the three legs of the vehicle’s stand clearly show a similarity to UFO type craft.”
3. The alien astronaut rock murals of Val Camonica
The rock carvings in the Alpine valley of Val Camonica, Italy, are one of the world’s largest collection of prehistoric petroglyphs.
Most of the glyphs were carved out some 8,000 years before the Bronze Age, and typically depict the everyday trappings of early man, such as scenes of people and animals.

But a set of particular carvings has convinced conspiracy theories some of the glyphs represent alien astronauts walking among them.
The glyphs in question appear to show men with radiating helmets on their heads, wielding oddly shaped weapons – perhaps in battle.
UFO hunters from around the globe believe these images to be indisputable proof.

But Bill Clinton does think there’s a good chance that extraterrestrial life does exist out in the universe and pointed out that many planets outside of our solar system might be able to support life. “It makes it increasingly less likely that we’re alone,” said Clinton.
• In 2007, before he was elected President in 2008, Barack Obama was asked about his thoughts on “life beyond Earth.” “I don’t know and I don’t presume to know.” Was his response. During Obama’s Presidency, the government declassified over 60 documents from the 1960s and 1970s regarding Area 51. In 2015, Obama stated, “People always ask me about Roswell and the aliens and UFOs, and it turns out the stuff going on that’s top secret isn’t nearly as exciting as you expect.” “In this day and age, it’s not as top secret as you’d think.”
• With regard to Donald Trump’s views on UFOs and extraterrestrials, the closest to an answer came from White House correspondent Sarah Huckabee Sanders. “Somehow (the UFO issue) hasn’t come up in our back-and-forth over the last couple days,” said Sanders. “But I will check into that and be happy to circle back.” (And we’re still waiting.)

“It got closer and closer and right above the pine trees it stopped and then it began to change colors from blue, to red, to white. Then it stayed there for a while. We were all aghast. We didn’t know what it was. And then it just disappeared into the west. That was the end of it.”
“I have never thought and still don’t think it is possible for creatures from Mars to visit us and then come back home,” said Carter. But was that true? You decide.
2. Jimmy Carter asked NASA to look into UFOs
Whatever Jimmy Carter saw in 1969 in Georgia obviously stuck with him. During his presidency, he asked NASA to investigate UFOs, said Leslie Kean, investigative journalist and author of the book UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On the Record.
“Carter made a request through his science advisor Frank Press in 1977 asking NASA to look into UFOs, Even though the request came from the highest office in the land, NASA declined,” said Kean.
3. Bill Clinton
When Bill Clinton appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2014, he talked about what he thought of aliens and UFOs, according to Mashable. Clinton said he thought the White House would get a lot of mail on the Area 51 Roswell incident anniversary, so he had all of the Roswell documents reviewed. “First I had people go look at the records on Area 51 to make sure there was no alien down there,” Clinton said on the show.
Clinton also said he thinks there’s a good chance that other life does exist out in the universe and pointed out that many planets outside of our solar system might be able to support life. “It makes it increasingly less likely that we’re alone,” said Clinton.
4. Hillary Clinton
Although she’s not a president, Hillary Clinton is married to a former one and she was Democrat nominee for president in the 2016 election. And, according to Mashable, she wants to know what’s out there. She, like her husband, went on Jimmy Kimmel Live and told the world she’d try to delve into government files pertaining to UFO sightings.
“I would like us to go into those files and hopefully make as much of that public as possible. If there’s nothing there, let’s tell people there’s nothing there,” said Clinton. “If there is something there, unless it’s a threat to national security, I think we ought to share it with the public.”
5. Donald Trump
When Jordan Fabian, a White House correspondent, asked Sarah Huckabee Sanders about a UFO report that appeared in The New York Times, he also asked her whether Donald Trump believes in UFOs — and if he had planned to fund the Pentagon program again. As Fabian finished speaking, something began playing on his phone. “I don’t know if that’s a coincidence or not,” said Sanders. “I feel like I already want to pass on this question given that you have aliens sitting among you.”
Sanders eventually told Fabian that she hadn’t asked Trump about his feeling regarding UFOs, according to Vanity Fair. “Somehow that . . . hasn’t come up in our back-and-forth over the last couple days,” she said. “But I will check into that and be happy to circle back,” said Sanders.

• Smith claims to have worked on number different types of flying saucers, “[T]hey might come in the form of light and they can manifest and change their atomic structure to become a solid.” “These craft can actually go inter-dimensional, they can change shape with all of the occupants not knowing it’s happening and then reform again in different worlds and different dimensions, and different parts of the universe immediately.” “[These craft] have their own atmosphere, their own gravity, they have their own little space… which keeps them completely encapsulated in it.” “And that’s why they can go a million miles per hour and make a right hand turn, because they don’t feel it.” Smith says that this ET technology is “thousands of years ahead” of ours, and that it is being suppressed from the public.

“These types of vehicles are so amazing, they are usually made in space through harmonics and frequency.
“So they can actually give life to a craft and enthuse it with artificial intelligence or consciousness, or both.
“And match it to the driver or occupant, of this vehicle.”

• In December 1980 in Suffolk, England, two US Air Force personnel stationed at the Bentwaters and Woodbridge bases went to investigate a suspected civilian plane crash in a nearby wooded area of Rendlesham forest. • “We’re not too far from the 40th anniversary of what’s been called Britain’s Roswell,” said Pope. “I hope the Rendlesham witnesses – Charles Halt, John Burroughs, Jim Penniston and others – are finally going to find out what happened to them.” “It would be ironic if the answer to Britain’s most famous UFO mystery was lying in a government file somewhere, not in the MoD, but in the Pentagon.”
So says Nick Pope who investigated the strange phenomenon for the Ministry of Defence.
The massive Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) also explored reports of flying saucers.
Since it was exposed last year, three videos have shown bizarre encounters with pilots and inexplicably-fast aircraft.
And Mr Pope believes AATIP could solve the famous Rendlesham Forest incident on Boxing Day December 1980 in Suffolk.
Two members of the US Air Force (USAF), John Burroughs and Jim Penniston from the nearby Bentwaters and Woodbridge bases, went to investigate a suspected civilian plane crash.
They stumbled upon an unknown craft displaying strange “hieroglyphic symbols”, which accelerated away at high speed after they touched it.
The UFO was briefly tracked on radar and reportedly returned two days later and fired beams at air force crew and a “sensitive area” of the Woodbridge base, according to Mr Pope.
The former MOD expert said: “When the story about the Pentagon’s secret UFO project first broke, there was an intriguing reference to AATIP having a dossier detailing the best UFO cases from around the world.
“Apart from Roswell, the Rendlesham Forest incident is the best-known UFO case in the world, so it’s logical it would be in AATIP’s dossier, especially as the Rendlesham witnesses were US military personnel.”
Mr Pope said that all Freedom of Information requests for details on AATIP’s work have been rejected on national security grounds.
“The Special Relationship between the US and the UK remains strong, but there’s been very little intelligence-sharing about UFOs,” said Mr Pope.
Mr Pope claimed that an MOD assessment talked about what kind of “novel military applications” could come from UFOs.
“Governments – even allies – are in competition with each other over this, and don’t want to give their game away,” he said.
He believes that the X-Files type investigations of the Pentagon project could have answers about mystery radiations associated with flying saucers.
He said: “In a later MoD intelligence assessment of the UFO phenomenon more generally, my colleagues looked again at Rendlesham, and their final report contained the bombshell sentence ‘the well-reported Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters event is an example where it might be postulated that several observers were probably exposed to UAP [Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon] radiation for longer than normal UAP sighting periods’.
“I’d be intrigued to know what information AATIP has about this, and what they concluded.

• An unnamed man related an encounter he had at the beach in Batumi, Georgia on the Black Sea. He was walking along the shoreline when he noticed a saucer-shaped craft under the water. Conspiracy theory channel ‘Paranormal Elite’ has released a new video, showing a self-proclaimed alien abductee sharing his experiences of meeting extraterrestrial life forms. The man whose name has been kept under the wraps assures that he was abducted by aliens, was inside a UFO spaceship face-to-face with extraterrestrial entities. He also made it clear that aliens are living with us, but most of the time, they will be hidden in the depths of oceans.
According to the alien abductee, this bizarre incident of alien abduction took place when he was on a beach.
“I went to a beach and took off my shoes and started to walk in the water. Suddenly I noticed a light which was shining deep from the water. And I saw something huge coming from the sea. I was later pulled inside a saucer-shaped spaceship,” said the alien abductee in the video.
The alien abductee revealed that these aliens are living underwater, and they are exploring and understanding our oceans.

• We are all on a journey of shifting our consciousness. Each change we make within affects the planet as a whole. Thus, we are all lightworkers and lightwarriors. Some of us just remembered this earlier than others. So what does it mean to be a lightworker or a lightwarrior?
• Lightworkers and lightwarriors understand that they are incarnated in this lifetime to help shift our planet’s consciousness from the mind to the heart. These individuals have a high level of compassion and empathy, and an overwhelming urge to help others. They tend to see the “bigger picture”. They are an advocate for the ‘real truth’.
• A lightworker influences and inspires others through their high energy vibration, without any real effort, trying, or doing.
• A lightwarrior is the do-er, taking charge and leading the way. Lightwarriors are often advocates, leaders, speakers, protesters – people who take on a more assertive approach. They are the ones with the fire in their hearts and a passion to spread the message of truth to the masses.
• The lightworker/warrior must understand that we all have our role to play in this ‘battle’ of dark and light. So be wary of the ego. You might see things that others can’t yet, but that doesn’t mean they won’t. Stay humble and have compassion for those who have not yet awakened to their inner truth. Always keep an open mind and try not to give advice unless it is asked for. Share from experiences, plant seeds.
• The lightworker and lightwarrior must be cautious of false prophets. There are many who are not who they claim to be. The more in tune you are with your own inner guidance, the more you will be able to discern where another soul happens to be on their own journey.
• The most important role of the lightworker and lightwarrior is to literally be the change they wish to see in the world. If those in your lives see that you are happy, that you are authentic and you are shining brightly, they will undoubtedly come to you when they are ready. Have patience, trust the universe, and know things are unfolding exactly as they are meant to.
There’s a good chance that you have heard the term lightworker or lightwarrior before, and there is also a good chance that when you’ve heard it, you’ve rolled your eyes. Perhaps you identify yourself with this term, or maybe other people you know do, but what does it actually mean to be a lightworker or a lightwarrior? Let’s explore.
Essentially, it is said that these people are ones that have incarnated on Earth specifically at this time to help shift our planet from the mind to our heart. As fluffy as that sounds, there is credence to it.
Do you have an overwhelming urge to help others? Do you have a level of compassion, empathy and understanding for what others may be going through? Do you tend to see the “bigger picture?” Are you an advocate for the truth, the real truth? Are you inspired to do what you can to be the change you wish to see in the world? Well, if you answered yes to any of the above questions, you may be a lightworker or a lightwarrior.
Lightworker Vs. LightWarrior, What’s The Difference?
From my understanding, a lightworker helps shift others simply by their state of being. Their vibration alone can help assist others without any real effort, trying, or doing. They are inspiring to others, speak and live their truth, are authentic, vulnerable, compassionate, empathetic and often will share their light through various forms of art.
The term lightworker, although can be given to any gender, and has nothing to do with one gender or another, is of a more feminine energy, and tends to be very intuitive, patient, and empathetic. A lightwarrior is the do-er, this embodies a more masculine energy of taking charge and leading the way. Lightwarriors are often advocates, leaders, speakers, protesters, and people who take on a more assertive approach, these are the ones with the fire in their hearts and a passion to spread the message of truth to the masses.
Again, any sex can embody either term, personally I find myself resonating more with the label of lightwarrior even though my physical anatomy is female and I identify as such. This is because masculine and feminine energy has nothing to do with our sex.
Both lightworkers and lightwarriors use the same tools and ‘weapon’: love, peace, empathy, awareness, forgiveness, knowing and understanding. They have not and will not give up on humanity and on the world as a whole, because the truth is embedded into their being, and while maybe not always consciously, they know that the truth and the light will prevail in this shift from mind to heart.

• A video shot by a Michigan woman, Kaylin Nicole Adams, in mid-April (see 1:47 minute video below) shows a bizarre formation of lights in the skies that flash and move together as if they were remotely controlled.
• “I was driving when I first noticed them, I was very shocked. We pulled over, along with many others to be able to get a better view of it. I was not expecting it all,” said Kaylin.
• Some folks believe that these are a number of small UFOs exiting a larger mothership. Others believe that it is a large cluster of drones controlled by earthlings. Some even argue that these are holograms projected in the sky. Still, some are saying that it heralds World War III, amidst rising tensions with Russia over Syria.
A video apparently shot in Michigan by a woman named Kaylin Nicole Adams is now going viral on the internet. The clip shows a bizarre formation of lights in the skies, and they appear to flash and move together as if they were remotely controlled.
Soon after shooting the video, she uploaded it to her Facebook page where it racked up more than 70,000 views in less than one hour. The video was later shared on YouTube by conspiracy theory channel UFOmania, and it has attracted 23,000 views since its upload.
“I was driving when I first noticed them, I was very shocked. We pulled over, along with many others to be able to get a better view of it. I was not expecting it all,” said Kaylin, Daily Star reports.
As the video went viral on online spaces, people started coming out with several possible theories to explain the weird sighting.
Most of the people who watched the video claimed that these are alien UFOs which came from deep space. They even argued that aliens have been visiting earth for many years, and the government is very much aware of its existence. According to these theorists, aliens have appeared in the skies to warn that a war is about to begin soon.

• In two recent research papers, Harvard Professor Abraham Loeb and Sonneberg Observatory researcher Michael Hippke looked at the challenges that extra-terrestrials would face launching chemical rockets from large planets and also planets in a close orbit to its central sun. Both situations create a gravity well that would require an escape velocity impossible for chemical rocket propulsion.
• Our G-type Earth is unique in that it is relatively small and at such a distance from its yellow dwarf star that it will allow a rocket to escape from the Earth’s gravity well. Says Loeb, “By a fortunate coincidence, the escape speed from the orbit of the Earth around the Sun is at the limit of attainable speed by chemical rockets… But the habitable zone around fainter stars is closer in, making it much more challenging for chemical rockets to escape from the deeper gravitational pit there.”
• The most common star in the galaxy is the M-type red dwarf star, accounting for 75% of the stars in the Milky Way Galaxy. The red dwarfs are also the most likely stars to have rocky planets. The nearest star, Proxima Centauri, is such an M-type star. It has an Earth-sized planet, Proxima b, with a ‘habitable zone’ for possible life that is much closer to its’ fainter star than is the Earth to the Sun. “A civilization on Proxima b will find it difficult to escape from their location to interstellar space with chemical rockets,” says Loeb.
• Hippke suggests that planets that have more mass than the Earth, and therefore a higher surface gravity, along with flatter topography, shallow oceans, and a thicker atmosphere, may be ideal for biological life. But the higher surface gravity means that it will also have a higher escape velocity. The amount of propellant needed lift a rocket out of the planet’s gravity would make this method of propulsion impractical. This could have a serious effect on an alien civilization’s space travel. Explains Hippke, “On more massive planets, space flight would be exponentially more expensive. Such civilizations would not have satellite TV, a moon mission, or a Hubble Space Telescope. This should alter their way of development in certain ways we can now analyze in more detail.”
• Both Loeb and Hippke also noted that extra-terrestrial civilizations could address these challenges by adopting other methods of propulsion. Chemical propulsion may be something that few technologically-advanced species would adopt because it is simply not practical. Therefore, it would make sense to search for extraterrestrial signals associated with lightsails or nuclear engines near dwarf stars.
• “Civilizations from Super-Earths are much less likely to explore the stars,” reasons Hippke. “They would be (to some extent) “arrested” on their home planet, and make more use of lasers or radio telescopes for interstellar communication instead of sending probes or spaceships.”
• [Editor’s Note] On the other hand, advanced civilizations who have mastered anti-gravity propulsion, space-time wormholes, and space-time bubbles would consider chemical-fueled or even nuclear-fueled rockets to be primitive technology. The UFO’s we see darting all around the sky certainly aren’t rockets.
Since the beginning of the Space Age, humans have relied on chemical rockets to get into space. While this method is certainly effective, it is also very expensive and requires a considerable amount of resources. As we look to more efficient means of getting out into space, one has to wonder if similarly-advanced species on other planets (where conditions would be different) would rely on similar methods.
Harvard Professor Abraham Loeb and Michael Hippke, an independent researcher affiliated with the Sonneberg Observatory, both addressed this question in two recently–released papers. Whereas Prof. Loeb looks at the challenges extra-terrestrials would face launching rockets from Proxima b, Hippke considers whether aliens living on a Super-Earth would be able to get into space.

The papers, tiled “Interstellar Escape from Proxima b is Barely Possible with Chemical Rockets” and “Spaceflight from Super-Earths is difficult” recently appeared online, and were authored by Prof. Loeb and Hippke, respectively. Whereas Loeb addresses the challenges of chemical rockets escaping Proxima b, Hippke considers whether or not the same rockets would able to achieve escape velocity at all.
For the sake of his study, Loeb considered how we humans are fortunate enough to live on a planet that is well-suited for space launches. Essentially, if a rocket is to escape from the Earth’s surface and reach space, it needs to achieve an escape velocity of 11.186 km/s (40,270 km/h; 25,020 mph). Similarly, the escape velocity needed to get away from the location of the Earth around the Sun is about 42 km/s (151,200 km/h; 93,951 mph).
As Prof. Loeb told Universe Today via email: “Chemical propulsion requires a fuel mass that grows exponentially with terminal speed. By a fortunate coincidence the escape speed from the orbit of the Earth around the Sun is at the limit of attainable speed by chemical rockets. But the habitable zone around fainter stars is closer in, making it much more challenging for chemical rockets to escape from the deeper gravitational pit there.”
As Loeb indicates in his essay, the escape speed scales as the square root of the stellar mass over the distance from the star, which implies that the escape speed from the habitable zone scales inversely with stellar mass to the power of one quarter. For planets like Earth, orbiting within the habitable zone of a G-type (yellow dwarf) star like our Sun, this works out quite well.
Unfortunately, this does not work well for terrestrial planets that orbit lower-mass M-type (red dwarf) stars. These stars are the most common type in the Universe, accounting for 75% of stars in the Milky Way Galaxy alone. In addition, recent exoplanet surveys have discovered a plethora of rocky planets orbiting red dwarf stars systems, with some scientists venturing that they are the most likely place to find potentially-habitable rocky planets.
Using the nearest star to our own as an example (Proxima Centauri), Loeb explains how a rocket using chemical propellant would have a much harder time achieving escape velocity from a planet located within its habitable zone.
“The nearest star to the Sun, Proxima Centauri, is an example for a faint star with only 12% of the mass of the Sun,” he said. “A couple of years ago, it was discovered that this star has an Earth-size planet, Proxima b, in its habitable zone, which is 20 times closer than the separation of the Earth from the Sun. At that location, the escape speed is 50% larger than from the orbit of the Earth around the Sun. A civilization on Proxima b will find it difficult to escape from their location to interstellar space with chemical rockets.”

Hippke’s paper, on the other hand, begins by considering that Earth may in fact not be the most habitable type of planet in our Universe. For instance, planets that are more massive than Earth would have higher surface gravity, which means they would be able to hold onto a thicker atmosphere, which would provide greater shielding against harmful cosmic rays and solar radiation.
In addition, a planet with higher gravity would have a flatter topography, resulting in archipelagos instead of continents and shallower oceans – an ideal situation where biodiversity is concerned. However, when it comes to rocket launches, increased surface gravity would also mean a higher escape velocity. As Hippke indicated in his study: “Rockets suffer from the Tsiolkovsky (1903) equation : if a rocket carries its own fuel, the ratio of total rocket mass versus final velocity is an exponential function, making high speeds (or heavy payloads) increasingly expensive.”
For comparison, Hippke uses Kepler-20 b, a Super-Earth located 950 light years away that is 1.6 times Earth’s radius and 9.7 times it mass. Whereas escape velocity from Earth is roughly 11 km/s, a rocket attempting to leave a Super-Earth similar to Kepler-20 b would need to achieve an escape velocity of ~27.1 km/s. As a result, a single-stage rocket on Kepler-20 b would have to burn 104 times as much fuel as a rocket on Earth to get into orbit.
To put it into perspective, Hippke considers specific payloads being launched from Earth. “To lift a more useful payload of 6.2 t as required for the James Webb Space Telescope on Kepler-20 b, the fuel mass would increase to 55,000 t, about the mass of the largest ocean battleships,” he writes. “For a classical Apollo moon mission (45 t), the rocket would need to be considerably larger, ~400,000 t.”
While Hippke’s analysis concludes that chemical rockets would still allow for escape velocities on Super-Earths up to 10 Earth masses, the amount of propellant needed makes this method impractical. As Hippke pointed out, this could have a serious effect on an alien civilization’s development.
“I am surprised to see how close we as humans are to end up on a planet which is still reasonably lightweight to conduct space flight,” he said. “Other civilizations, if they exist, might not be as lucky. On more massive planets, space flight would be exponentially more expensive. Such civilizations would not have satellite TV, a moon mission, or a Hubble Space Telescope. This should alter their way of development in certain ways we can now analyze in more detail.”

Some of the Podesta leaks include information about UFOs and extraterrestrials in the form of private emails.
One in particular was from Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and it reads as follows:

Remember, our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth. They will not tolerate any forms of military violence on Earth or in space.
The following information in italics was shared with me by my colleague Carol Rosin, who worked closely for several years with Wernher von Braun before his death.
Carol and I have worked on the Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, attached for your convenience.
In the email, he mentions Carol Rosin, who was the first female corporate manager of Fairchild Industries. A space and missile defence consultant who has worked with various corporations, government departments, and intelligence communities, she worked closely with Wernher Von Braun shortly before his death, specifically on the subject of space-based weapons. She also founded the Institute for Security Cooperation in Outer Space.
Below is a very telling interview with Carol that was conducted by Dr. Steven Greer, founder of The Disclosure Project. Greer accompanied Dr. Edgar Mitchell in all his communications and meetings with the Pentagon and has been instrumental in bringing forth hundreds of military whistleblowers of all ranks, with verified credentials and backgrounds, to share what they’ve learned about this phenomenon through their work.
In the interview, she brings up the idea of a false flag alien threat. The term ‘false flag’ describes covert operations that are designed to be misleading, to make it appear as though events are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.

• On April 18th, NASA launched the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, or “TESS” from Cape Canaveral, Florida. (It was delayed two days to tweak the Falcon 9’s rocket’s guidance, navigation and control systems.) TESS’ two-year, $200M mission is to hunt for alien worlds in our local star system. The satellite will focus on the nearest and brightest stars, using its four cameras to look for worlds that may be close enough to be studied in depth by other instruments.
• TESS principal investigator George Ricker says, “TESS is going to dramatically increase the number of planets that we have to study… “It’s going to more than double the number that have been seen and detected by Kepler.” (The Kepler satellite previously mapped 2,650 nearby Exoplanets.) These satellites locate Exoplanets using the “transit method,” by noting tiny brightness dips these worlds cause when they cross their host star.
• TESS will zoom around our planet, on a highly elliptical 13.7-day orbit that no spacecraft has ever occupied before. This orbit will take TESS as close to Earth as 67,000 miles and as far away as 232,000 miles. TESS will arrive in its final orbit in mid-June, if all goes according to plan. The science campaign will start shortly thereafter.
The agency’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) launched today (April 18) from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, rising off the pad atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket at 6:51 p.m. EDT (2251 GMT) and deploying into Earth orbit 49 minutes later.
TESS will hunt for alien worlds around stars in the sun’s neighborhood — planets that other missions can then study in detail. And the spacecraft will be incredibly prolific, if all goes according to plan.
“TESS is going to dramatically increase the number of planets that we have to study,” TESS principal investigator George Ricker, of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said during a pre-launch briefing Sunday (April 15).
“It’s going to more than double the number that have been seen and detected by Kepler,” Ricker added, referring to NASA’s Kepler space telescope, which has spotted 2,650 confirmed exoplanets to date —about 70 percent of all the worlds known beyond our solar system.
And the Falcon 9’s first stage came back to Earth less than 9 minutes after liftoff today, touching down softly on a robotic SpaceX “drone ship” stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. SpaceX has now pulled off two dozen such landings during Falcon 9 launches — part of the company’s push to develop fully and rapidly reusable rockets and spacecraft, a breakthrough that SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk has said will revolutionize spaceflight.
SpaceX has re-flown 11 of these first stages to date, but the tally didn’t increase today: This Falcon 9 was brand-new.
Today’s launch was originally scheduled for Monday evening (April 16), but it was delayed by two days to give SpaceX time to investigate a potential issue with the rocket’s guidance, navigation and control systems.
Looking for nearby worlds
Like Kepler, TESS will find alien planets using the “transit method,” noting the tiny brightness dips these worlds cause when they cross their host stars’ faces. But there are some big differences between the missions.
During its prime mission from 2009 through 2013, Kepler stared continuously at a single patch of sky, monitoring about 150,000 stars simultaneously. (Kepler is now embarked on a different mission, called K2, during which it studies a variety of cosmic objects and phenomena, exoplanets among them. But the iconic telescope’s days are numbered; it’s almost out of fuel.) Most of these stars are far from the sun — from several hundred light-years to 1,000 light-years or more.
But TESS will conduct a broad sky survey during its two-year prime mission, covering about 85 percent of the sky. The satellite will focus on the nearest and brightest stars, using its four cameras to look for worlds that may be close enough to be studied in depth by other instruments.
