Sixty Years After Gagarin, Is Russia Lagging in Space?

• Sixty years ago on April 12, 1961, the Soviet Union made history by launching Yuri Gagarin into space on a Soyuz-made capsule. Moscow announced its intent to replace the Soyuz design in 2009, boasting that the new capsule would be “bigger, with more powerful engines and more comfortable than the Soyuz.” RKK Energia was even awarded a development contract for the project. But after a series of delays, the Soyuz-degined capsule continues to be used for trips to the International Space Station (ISS).

• The head of RKK Energia’s flight centre Alexander Kaleri, himself a veteran cosmonaut who flew several missions into space and spent months on the ISS and Mir space stations, admits the project is a long way from taking off. “The goal is to carry out a first pilot-less test flight by 2023. For now we are starting by testing models for the capsule, it’s a fairly long process.”

• The new capsule’s grand designs have fallen victim to funding problems and bureaucratic inertia. Russian space expert Vitaly Yegorov says the lengthy development is hardly surprising given “the technical difficulties, Western sanctions against the Russian space industry, and a lack of funding” for the space program. With the Soyuz still flying, there is also no “acute need” for a replacement, Yegorov says.

• Other projects have also stagnated, including the next generation Angara-A5 rockets meant to carry Russian space capsules, which have been in development since the 1990s but have launched only twice in test mode, in 2014 and 2020. The Nauka laboratory module intended for the ISS began assembly in the 1990s, but has also suffered a string of failures.

• Despite these setbacks, Dmitry Rogozin – a nationalist politician and former diplomat now in charge of Russian space agency Roscosmos – continues to make bombastic claims about future projects. He has announced ventures to bring back samples from Venus and a rocket capable of making 100 round trips to space and back.

• After Russia pulled out of the US-led Lunar Gateway project to put a new space station in lunar orbit starting in 2024, Moscow and Beijing announced plans in March for a rival space station, but without a timetable or budget. A former Roscosmos official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said it is clear that Rogozin’s projects are pie in the sky. “[H]is promises extend into the 2030s, when neither of them will be in power,” the official said.

• Russian space expert Vadim Lukashevich said the problem for Roscosmos is that when it comes to scientific projects, Putin’s mind is not on space exploration. Rather, the Kremlin’s attention is fixed on military ventures. “The priority for the Kremlin is military projects, especially the development of missiles,” he said. “Putin talks about new weapons and missiles,” Lukashevich says, including hypersonic weapons that can strike an enemy like a “meteorite”.

• While Russian defense spending has grown significantly in the last two decades, Roscosmos has seen its budget falling year by year. Last year, Rogozin announced that Roscosmos’ 2016-2025 total budget of $18.4 billion US was being cut by ten percent for the last five years.

• And as Russia’s space industry stalls, its competitors, including now the private sector, are moving forward. Last year, Russia lost its monopoly over ISS launches to Elon Musk’s reusable Space X rockets. But Roscosmos is wary of partnerships with private companies, fearing this could siphon away the “state space budget and contracts”.

• Meanwhile, the Russian space industry is beset with corruption, including multiple scandals over the construction of the new Vostochny launchpad in the Far East. “There is hardly any space company left whose officials have not been replaced or arrested,” laments a former Roscosmos staffer. “Today the industry is run by newcomers without training in space technologies.”

• [Editor’s Note] Don’t be so sure that Russia is languishing in advanced space technology. Some believe that Russia is the epicenter of the Alliance space program, working with benevolent Galactic Federation extraterrestrials to quietly develop modern spacefaring craft like the corvettes reported by Corey Goode to have harassed the deep state’s ‘pumpkin seed’ craft attempting to leave earth orbit over Antarctica in January 2016. Putin is a leader of the Alliance, and prefers to let the deep state think they are “lagging behind”. But since the Alliance is currently kicking the deep state’s ass in space, everyone is now aware of Russia and the Alliance’s capabilities in spite of hit pieces like this one.

Project after project has been announced and then delayed, as grand designs fall victim to funding problems or bureaucratic inertia. The Kremlin’s attention meanwhile is fixed on military ventures rather than space exploration.

A case in point is the project to replace Russia’s ageing Soyuz capsule, a workhorse that has been ferrying astronauts into space since the 1960s and continues to be used for trips to the International Space Station.

First announced in 2009, the project to replace the Soyuz has been repeatedly pushed back. Even the name of the proposed capsule has changed multiple times, from the “Federation” to the “Oryol” (Eagle) and then a proposed smaller version called the “Orlyonok”.

RKK Energia, the firm that builds the Soyuz, was awarded a development contract for the project.

Standing in a museum at Energia’s offices celebrating Soviet space accomplishments, the head of the firm’s flight centre Alexander Kaleri boasts that the new capsule will be “bigger, with more powerful engines and more comfortable than the Soyuz.”

But Kaleri, a veteran cosmonaut who flew several missions into space and spent months on the ISS and Mir space stations, admits the project is a long way from taking off.

“The goal is to carry out a first pilot-less test flight by 2023. For now we are starting by testing models for the capsule, it’s a fairly long process.”

Russia and China Trying to Tie America’s Hands in Space

• China and Russia have sprinted to develop and deploy both ground-based and space-based weapons targeting satellites while simultaneously pushing the United States to sign a treaty banning such weapons. Washington should avoid being drawn into international treaties on space that China and Russia have no intention of honoring.

• The Treaty on the ‘Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space and of the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects’ (PPWT), which Beijing and Moscow have submitted at the United Nations, is a perfect example. PPWT signatories commit “not to place any weapons in outer space.” It also says parties to the treaty may not “resort to the threat or use of force against outer space objects” or engage in activities “inconsistent” with the purpose of the treaty.

• More than two years ago, the US Defense Intelligence Agency noted that both China and Russia were already developing space capabilities that could be used as weapons. The reality is that China and Russia are already racing to field anti-satellite weapons. “The space domain is competitive, congested, and contested,” said the head of US Space Command General James Dickinson. “Our competitors, most notably China and Russia, have militarized this domain.” The PPWT treaty would thus protect their weapons while tying Washington’s hands.

• China’s People’s Liberation Army units are already training with ground-based anti-satellite missiles capable of destroying satellites in geosynchronous Earth orbit, where America’s most sensitive nuclear communication and missile defense satellites orbit. China has also tested several ‘scavenger satellites’ which can sidle up to other satellites and use grappling arms to capture the other satellite.

• In 2018, Russian President Vladimir Putin heralded a ground-based laser weapon designed to attack satellites. Last December, Moscow tested a ground-based anti-satellite weapon that could destroy satellites in orbit. Russia recently deployed a pair of “nesting doll” satellites where one Russian satellite actually ‘births’ another. The second satellite has the capability to fire what appears to be a space torpedo.

• Meanwhile, China and Russia are pushing the United Nations for a “no first placement” resolution in which no government should be the first to put weapons in space. In a thinly veiled attempt to mask their intentions, China and Russia claim that their on-orbit capabilities are simply for peaceful purposes — for assessing the condition of broken satellites and conducting repairs as needed. This “dual-use” disguise permits Beijing and Moscow to put into orbit ostensibly peaceful or commercial capabilities that can also be used to disable or destroy U.S. military and intelligence satellites.

• A typical space treaty clearly defines acceptable and unacceptable actions in space and includes inspection and verification mechanisms. But the PPWT treaty does not explicitly prohibit the ground-based anti-satellite weapons that China and Russia have already fielded. Nor does the proposed treaty prevent the deployment of space-based weapons under the cloak of civilian or commercial capabilities. The PPWT does not even prohibit the development, testing, or stockpiling of weapons on Earth that could be quickly put into orbit. Instead, the treaty calls for “transparency and confidence-building measures” implemented on a “voluntary basis.” In other words, Beijing and Moscow want the United States to trust but never verify.

• Moscow habitually seeks to use international arms control treaties to constrain the United States, while viewing treaty strictures as optional when they become inconvenient or when the Kremlin sees an opportunity to seize a military advantage. For more than a decade, Moscow used the ‘Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty’ to constrain the United States while the Kremlin produced, flight-tested, and fielded a ground-launched intermediate-range cruise missile in direct contravention of the treaty.

• Beijing usually avoids any type of international arms control treaties. The willingness of the Chinese Communist Party to support the PPWT is, therefore, cause for some additional reflection.

• Instead of falling prey to China and Russia’s PPWT trap, the United States must work with allies to improve the resilience and redundancy of spaced-based military and intelligence capabilities. “There are really no norms of behavior in space,” said General John Raymond, chief of space operations at US Space Force. “It’s the wild, wild West.”

• In December, the U.N. General Assembly passed a British-introduced resolution that seeks to establish “norms, rules and principles of responsible behaviors” in space, which could reduce the chances for dangerous miscalculation. The vote was 164 in favor, 12 opposed. Those opposing this resolution included China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, and Cuba.

Saying one thing and doing the opposite is, unfortunately, common in international

diplomacy. Beijing and Moscow, however, seem to have a unique proclivity for the practice.

Consider the actions of the United States’ two great-power adversaries when it comes to anti-satellite weapons. China and Russia have sprinted to develop and deploy both ground-based and space-based weapons targeting satellites while simultaneously pushing the United States to sign a treaty banning such weapons.

To protect its vital space-based military capabilities—including communications, intelligence, and missile defense satellites—and effectively deter authoritarian aggression, Washington should avoid being drawn into suspect international treaties on space that China and Russia have no intention of honoring.

**China’s PLA training with anti-satellite weapon**

On the surface, that sounds innocuous. Who, after all, wants an arms race in space?

The reality, however, is that China and Russia are already racing to field anti-satellite weapons and have been for quite some time. “The space domain is competitive, congested, and contested,” Gen. James Dickinson, the head of U.S. Space Command, said in January. “Our competitors, most notably China and Russia, have militarized this domain.”

Beijing already has an operational ground-based anti-satellite missile capability. People’s Liberation Army units are training with the missiles, and the U.S. Defense Department believes Beijing “probably intends to pursue additional [anti-satellite] weapons capable of destroying satellites up to geosynchronous Earth orbit.” That is where America’s most sensitive nuclear communication and missile defense satellites orbit and keep watch.

A New Space Race

• On February 24th, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov stated that the United States’ plans to deploy weapons in space would have a devastating effect on the current security balance in space. Meanwhile, a U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency report reveals a military expansion and the ‘weaponization’ of space by China and Russia. Are we witnessing the beginning of an arms race in space?

• The Russian Foreign Minister also stated that Russia does not have plans to solve problems in space by using weapons. Russia and the United States have both expressed concerns about space militarization. In December, CNBC reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin had noted U.S. competitiveness in space and the acceleration of the creation of the US space forces to achieve “strategic supremacy”. A month earlier, Putin accused NATO of militarizing outer space. While expressing his opposition to militarization in space, Putin also said that “the march of events requires greater attention to strengthening the orbital group and the space rocket and missile industry in (Russia).”

• During a meeting of foreign ministers in November, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced, “space is part of our daily life here on Earth. It can be used for peaceful purposes. But it can also be used aggressively.” Stoltenberg added, “NATO has no intention to put weapons in space. We are a defensive alliance.” But from the perspective of a rival such as Russia, a military buildup in space can be viewed as preparation for potential conflict.

• The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency has reported on the offensive military expansion in space by China and Russia, including cyberspace threats, directed energy weapons, laser weapons, and threats to orbital space systems. They point to Russia’s current development of a next generation model of the Russian supersonic near-space interceptor, MiG-31, meant to intercept and destroy satellites.

• For it’s part, the United States has brazenly become the first nation to establish a Space Force specifically for the militarization of space. If Russia and China are indeed developing armed capabilities in space, the potential of armed conflict in outer space in the near future is highly feasible. In January, Space Force commander John Raymond accused Russian spacecrafts of ‘shadowing’ American spy satellites. Russia’s Foreign Ministry claimed that they were “inspector” spacecrafts engaged in an experiment and not weapons threatening American satellites. Russia’s flirtatious aggression in space combined with the current U.S. administration’s eagerness to militarize could be the provocation for conflict.

• The primary deterrent to prevent a space war from happening is the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (or ‘START’ treaty) between the US and Russia which limits the development and deployment of nuclear warheads in space. The treaty expires in 2021 and can be extended for another five years by mutual agreement. Last year, Vladimir Putin warned of the threat to international security if the START treaty was not renewed. Any nation having nuclear capabilities in space is a threat to international security. Renewal of the START treaty should be the primary diplomatic focus between Russia and the U.S.

• [Editor’s Note] What the deep state establishment and the mainstream media is telling the public, and what the reality of space travel in our solar system truly is, are two completely different things. This must make global diplomacy quite challenging for those in the know, such as Putin and Trump. They must take into consideration the reality of the situation, while keeping up the appearances of the mainstream’s false narrative until the truth can safely be revealed. They are playing three-dimensional chess while the unsuspecting public only sees one chess board.

This so-called ‘space race’ is fiction. The real space race has been going on for decades with the development of a handful of different secret space programs by various groups, including the US Navy’s ‘Solar Warden’ fleet, the reptilian fleet, the Nazi ‘Dark Fleet’, the Deep State’s ‘Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate’, the “Alliance” group, and various other extraterrestrial space programs monitoring it all from a distance. The true space race is about these various secret space programs strategically posturing for the next era in human development on Earth which will begin with full disclosure of the vast scope of activity happening in space all around us, which has been hidden from the public for so many decades by the military industrial complex/deep state corporate and government elite.

According to the RIA news agency, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov, made a statement on

Monday saying the United States’ plans to deploy weapons in space would have a devastating effect on the current security balance in space. He also stated that Russia does not have plans to solve problems in space by using weapons. This statement comes shortly after the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) released an extensive report regarding military expansion in space and specifically regarding the “weaponization of space” by China and Russia. They specifically reported intelligence on the development of capabilities which include cyberspace threats, directed energy weapons, and threats to orbital space systems. Capabilities stemming from China and Russia’s development of laser weapons and ground-based anti-satellite missiles. Russia has been in the process of procuring a modified version of the Russian MiG-31, a supersonic near-space interceptor meant to intercept and destroy satellites.

The United States has also sent brazen signals to the international community of military mobilization in space. In January of 2020, the U.S. became the first nation to establish an independent space force, a new service branch of the U.S. armed forces. The Space Force is a designated umbrella branch within the Department of the Air Force. According to its official mission statement, the Force’s “responsibilities include, developing military space professionals, acquiring military space systems, maturing the military doctrine for space power, and organizing space forces to present to our Combatant Commands.” There is no denial that the U.S. is preparing its space program for military use, and if Russia and China are developing armed capabilities in space, the potential of armed conflict in outer space in the near future is highly feasible.

NSA FOIA Response Reveals Seth Rich & Assange/Wikileaks Communications Are Classified

The National Security Agency has responded to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request concerning direct communications between Seth Rich, a former staffer for the Democratic National Committee, and Julian Assange and/or Wikileaks. The NSA issued a “Glomar Response”, where it chose to neither confirm nor deny the requested information due to its existence or “non-existence” being “properly classified”.

The NSA response reveals that communications between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks are subject to classification laws. Their release will have major national security implications that directly impact US Russia relations, and may facilitate disclosure of suppressed secret space program technologies.

I filed the FOIA request after communicating with Ty Clevenger, Esq., who had on October 10, 2017, filed an FOIA request regarding communications between Rich and Assange, along with many other individuals. In his original FOIA letter to the NSA, Clevenger requested:

All documents, records, or communications referencing or containing communications between Seth Rich and any of the following: Julian Assange, Wikileaks, Kim Dotcom, Aaron Rich, Shawn Lucas, Kelsey Mulka, Imran Awan, Abid Awan, Jamal Awan, Hina Alvi, Rao Abbas, and/or any person or entity outside of the United States. The NSA wrote a final response to Clevenger on October 4, 2018:

Your request has been processed under the provisions of the FOIA. Fifteen documents (32 pages) responsive to your request have been reviewed by this Agency as required by the FOIA and have found to be currently and properly classified in accordance with Executive Order 13526. These documents meet the criteria for classification as set forth in Subparagraph (c) of Section 1.4 and remains classified TOP SECRET and SECRET. (pdf available here)

The Clevinger’s FOIA request and the NSA’s response was the subject of an article by Mark McCarty published by Medium.com on April 19, 2019, where he analyzed its consequences for those claiming Rich was the real source of the DNC emails being handed over to Wikileaks. Unfortunately, McCarty’s article was taken down by Medium.com and he was removed as an author from the site in what appears to be a flagrant case of censorship.

I wrote an article on April 25, 2019 commenting on the issues raised in McCarty’s article and NSA’s response to Clevinger’s FOIA request. Of particular interest was what a prominent NSA whistleblower, William Binney, had to say about the NSA’s response:

“Ty Clevenger has FOIAed information from NSA asking for any data that involved both Seth Rich and also Julian Assange.

And they responded by saying we’ve got 15 files, 32 pages, but they’re all classified in accordance with executive order 13526 covering classification, and therefore you can’t have them.

That says that NSA has records of communications between Seth Rich and Julian Assange. I mean, that’s the only business that NSA is in — copying communications between people and devices.”

In closely examining Clevinger’s request and the NSA’s response, what is left unclear is exactly who Rich was communicating with that the 15 documents (32 pages) were referring to.

This was due to the initial FOIA request by Clevinger being very broad in scope since it asked for multiple individuals that Rich was communicating with in addition to Assange/Wikileaks. Basically, the NSA’s response, as cited above, made it unclear whether the information it had concerned communications between Rich and Assange, or Rich and one of the other named parties.

In order to narrow the scope of the inquiry into Rich’s communications, I filed my own FOIA request to the NSA on April 27, 2019:

I am researching the circumstances surrounding the death of Seth Conrad Rich (“Seth Rich, born January 3, 1968), who was murdered in the District of Columbia on July 10, 2016. I request all documents, records, or correspondence referencing or containing communications between Seth Rich and Julian Assange or Wikileaks.

I received the following response by the NSA on May 1, 2019.

We have determined that the fact of the existence or non-existence of the materials you request is a currently and properly classified matter in accordance with Executive Order 13526, as set forth in Subparagraph (c) of Section 1.4. Thus, your request is denied pursuant to the first exemption of the FOIA which provides that FOIA does not apply to matters that are specifically authorized under criteria established by an Executive Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign relations and are, in fact properly classified pursuant to such Executive Order.”

Here is the relevant Section 1.4 referred to by the NSA with emphasis on subparagraph (c):

Sec. 1.4. Classification Categories. Information shall not be considered for classification unless its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security in accordance with section 1.2 of this order, and it pertains to one or more of the following:

(a) military plans, weapons systems, or operations;
(b) foreign government information;
(c) intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology;
(d) foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources;
(e) scientific, technological, or economic matters relating to the national security;
(f) United States Government programs for safeguarding nuclear materials or facilities;
(g) vulnerabilities or capabilities of systems, installations, infrastructures, projects, plans, or protection services relating to the national security; or
(h) the development, production, or use of weapons of mass destruction.

The NSA’s response is known as a “Glomar Response”, which is different from a regular denial of a request for official government records as explained by Nate Jones from Unredacted.com:

The Glomar Response is different than a regular FOIA denial—when an agency states that it has the records but that it will not release them. When an agency replies with a Glomar Response, it refuses even to admit that documents exist; this makes research (and the appeals process) much more difficult.

The NSA’s decision of neither confirming nor denying the existence of direct communications between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks affirms that the NSA is unwilling to directly admit such correspondence exists and makes it difficult for researchers to reach a definitive answer. Nevertheless, what the NSA’s response does reveal is that the alleged communications between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks are a matter of national security.

The NSA response is a startling admission given what has been previously learned about Rich’s role in handing over the DNC emails to Assange and Wikileaks as discussed in my previous article on Rich. Basically, we know that law enforcement sources told journalists Seymour Hersh and Sean Hannity/Fox News that Rich was the source for the DNC party email links.

In addition, Binney was part of a group of former U.S. intelligence officers that wrote a report released on July 24, 2017 explaining why it was impossible for the DNC files to have been downloaded by online hackers, and the most likely explanation was an inside source with direct access to the DNC server who leaked the files through a thumb drive:

Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computer. After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device.

The NSA’s responses to Clevinger and my FOIA requests take on even more significance given recent attempts to debunk any purported connection between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks. Michael Isikoff, writing for Yahoo News on July 9, 2019, insisted that the Russians were the real source of the leak and not Rich:

Russian government-owned media organizations RT and Sputnik repeatedly played up stories that baselessly alleged that Rich, a relatively junior-level staffer, was the source of Democratic Party emails that had been leaked to WikiLeaks. It was an idea first floated by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who on Aug. 9, 2016, announced a $20,000 reward for information about Rich’s murder, saying — somewhat cryptically — that “our sources take risks.”

Many mainstream news sources ran with Isikoff’s story which neglected to discuss Binney’s intelligence assessment, the NSA FOIA responses, and what Seymour Hersh had been told about Rich being the source for the leak. It appeared that Isikoff’s story was an attempt to get in front of a developing story stemming from Assange’s looming extradition to the US, and his expected testimony tying Rich to the DNC emails released by Wikileaks.

The conclusion that emerges from the NSA FOIA responses and what other researchers have revealed is that the Deep State has framed Russia for a domestic leak by a disgruntled DNC employee, Seth Rich. The Deep State’s purpose was to undermine Trump’s presidential campaign and his subsequent administration through concocted Russia collusion charges, and to impede meaningful cooperation between Trump and Putin on a host of global policy issues.

One of these global policy areas concerns the official disclosure of exotic aerospace technologies secretly used by the US and Russia in their respective secret space programs, which I have described elsewhere. The disclosure of such technologies could do much to resolve global security and energy problems, but would have major repercussions for the petroleum and pharmaceutical industries that are dependent on antiquated fuel and medical technologies.

What has clearly emerged since the DNC emails were leaked is that the mainstream news media, along with major social media companies such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Google, have all colluded to deceive the US and the global public over the real source of the leaked DNC emails. As the truth emerges about Rich being the true source for emails leaked by Wikileaks in 2016, the role and power of the Deep State in manipulating public opinion so brazenly for over two years is about to be exposed. This exposure will open the door for exotic technology disclosures that can revolutionize life on our planet.

Former Polish Leader Lech Walesa Believes in UFOs and Warns of an ET Invasion

• Lech Walesa, the founder of Poland’s Worker’s Solidarity Movement in the 1980’s and President of Poland from 1990 to 1995 gave a speech recently to a civic club in Krosno, Poland. Not there to talk about UFOs, Walesa wandered off the script about his belief in UFOs and aliens. Said Walesa, “There are three levels of intellectual development on other galaxies. We are the lowest. And the higher civilization comes as a UFO and others, and looks at what they are doing here.” Walesa is saying that the highest level of extraterrestrial civilizations are visiting the Earth in UFOs. The middle level extraterrestrial is passively watching the Earth. And we humans are at the lowest level of civilization, allowing it all to happen to us.

• The passive watchers, however, will move in if they feel the need. Walesa warns that destabilizing actions by current politicians such as French president Emmanuel Macron and Russian president Vladimir Putin could trigger an intervention by a higher civilization of watchers before the Earth collapses. Walesa believes their interference would not be benevolent and the consequences would be long-lasting. “They will send Adam and Eve and we will build the world again,” said Walesa.

• While there’s no indication that Walesa himself has had a UFO or alien encounter, does he know something we don’t?

• The most famous UFO/ET encounter in Poland is the so-called Emilcin Incident. In 1978, a farmer from the eastern town of Emilcin, Poland met olive-skinned aliens who took him onboard their ship. Polish UFO researcher and author Piotr Cielebiaś says there were plenty of reports of alien encounters by military pilots until Poland joined NATO in 1999.

When a current or former world leader professes a belief in UFOs, the public ponders about their sanity and about what they might really know concerning the cause of unidentified flying objects. When that world leader also warns about potentially catastrophic extraterrestrial invasions, ears and antennas both go up. That was the case last week in Poland, when former Polish president and head of the Solidarity movement Lech Walesa pontificated on UFOs, aliens and their role in the potential demise of Earth as we know it.

Multiple Polish media sources reported on a speech Walesa made to a civic club in Krosno, an ancient city in southwestern Poland. While not there to talk about UFOs, Lech wandered off the script (as world leaders seem to do a lot these days) and worked UFOs and “higher civilizations” into the conversation. While he doesn’t seem to have spoken publicly about his belief in UFOs and aliens, his comments suggest he’s of the opinion that they’re the type that’s observing us without interference (the ‘zoo’ theory) but will move in if they feel the need. Then he warns that actions by current politicians (French president Emmanuel Macron and Russian president Vladimir Putin) could trigger just such a decision by a higher civilization of watchers. Walesa believes their interference would not be benevolent and the consequences would be long-lasting.

The Big (Exopolitics) Picture behind Trump Russia Collusion Narrative & its Collapse

With the stunning collapse of the Trump Russia collusion narrative, many are now beginning to ask why an anti-Russia hysteria was fueled by the mainstream media that drove apart the world’s foremost nuclear powers, and brought them to the brink of direct military confrontation. An explanation lies in the pivotal role Russia has been playing behind the scenes in revealing the truth about visiting extraterrestrial life and secret space programs, and Trump’s desire to collaborate in such a momentous venture.

The dramatic Mueller Report that was released in summary form on March 24 made clear what President Donald Trump has been loudly proclaiming for well over two years. The Russia collusion narrative was a complete hoax that was contrived by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party to undermine Trump’s surprising 2016 electoral triumph.

In an article published by The Hill, a former bastion of the Trump Russia collusion narrative, an Emmy award winning investigative journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, has made clear that Trump is owed many apologies by the mainstream media:

We in the media allowed unproven charges and false accusations to dominate the news landscape for more than two years, in a way that was wildly unbalanced and disproportionate to the evidence.

We did a poor job of tracking down leaks of false information. We failed to reasonably weigh the motives of anonymous sources and those claiming to have secret, special evidence of Trump’s “treason.”

As such, we reported a tremendous amount of false information, always to Trump’s detriment.

And when we corrected our mistakes, we often doubled down more than we apologized. We may have been technically wrong on that tiny point, we would acknowledge. But, in the same breath, we would insist that Trump was so obviously guilty of being Russian President Vladimir Putin’s puppet that the technical details hardly mattered.

So, a round of apologies seem in order.

Attkisson goes on to say that emphasis now shifts to questions over how and why this false collusion narrative emerged:

Should we try to learn more about those supposed Russian sources who provided false “intel” contained in the “dossier” against Trump, Page and others? Should we learn how these sources came to the attention of ex-British spy Christopher Steele, who built the dossier and claimed that some of the sources were close to Putin?

When and where did Steele meet with these high-level Russian sources who provided the apparently false information?

Are these the people who actually took proven, concrete steps to interfere in the 2016 election and sabotage Trump’s presidency, beginning in its earliest days?

Just who conspired to put the “dossier” into the hands of the FBI? Who, within our intel community, dropped the ball on verifying the information and, instead, leaked it to the press and presented it to the FISC as if legitimate?

It can be anticipated that much attention will now focus on the discredited Steele dossier and how it was illegally used by Obama administration officials to attain FISA Court warrants to conduct surveillance operations of key figures in Trump’s Presidential campaign and his incoming administration.

The fallout is likely to be the investigation and prosecution of many former government officials, who knowingly used the discredited dossier as an “insurance policy” to advance their anti-Trump agenda.

According to anonymous group, Q Anon, which is linked to both the Trump administration and U.S. military intelligence, such an investigation has already been underway since November 2017 by John Huber, the US Attorney for Utah, and Michael Horowitz, the Inspector General (IG) of the Department of Justice.

Huber was granted authority by former Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, to use the investigative resources of Horowitz’s IG office to investigate and prosecute those involved in possible crimes that were a matter of concern for different House of Representatives and Senate committees.

Q Anon has said that thousands of sealed indictments have been prepared as Huber and other prosecutors have convened grand juries to hear the evidence provided by former Obama and Trump administration officials. Current estimates are that there are over 80,000 sealed indictments, and that these will be shortly unsealed with joint military and civilian trials.

It’s worth emphasizing that Q Anon has repeatedly referred to the Deep State (aka New World Order) as a global criminal syndicate which engages in Satanic rituals involving child sacrifice, human trafficking, and sex crimes which are used to compromise many government, corporate and media figures. For example, in a November 11, 2017 post, Q Anon wrote:

While the Russia Trump collusion case can be traced to a Deep State attempt to support Clinton’s failed 2016 Presidential campaign, and even going as far as preventing Trump from being inaugurated, the ultimate purpose appears to have been an effort to sabotage any possibility that Trump would collaborate with President Vladimir Putin in solving a range of complex global issues.

To further explore why Putin’s Russia was being targeted by the Deep State we can begin with famed psychic Edgar Cayce who in 1935 made an extraordinary prophesy that a post-communist Russia would play a central role in liberating the planet from sinister dark forces who he called the “sons of Belial” that has oppressed humanity for centuries:

In Russia there comes the hope of the world, not as that sometimes termed of the Communistic, of the Bolshevistic; no. But freedom, freedom! that each man will live for his fellow man! The principle has been born. It will take years for it to be crystallized, but out of Russia comes again the hope of the world.

New York Times best selling author David Wilcock, who is allegedly Cayce’s reincarnation according to a popular 2010 book, has written extensively about the scientific and technological breakthroughs in Russia that have been openly shared with the world after the collapse of communism. In The Source Field Investigations, Wilcock lays out a cogent case for how these breakthroughs have impacted multiple disciplines spanning health, energy, torsion physics, etc.

Furthermore, in a series of articles (see here, here and here), I have showed how the leaders of a post-communist Russia, Presidents Boris Yeltsin, Putin and Dmitri Medvedev, have respectively played critical roles in helping release the truth to emerge about extraterrestrial visitors, and how Russia has been helped by the visitors to bridge the gap with the more technologically developed NATO nations.

There have been a number of insider reports that Russia’s new arsenal of hypersonic weapon systems have been developed with the help of human looking extraterrestrials. Some of these advanced technologies were allegedly used in a clandestine January 2016 battle over Antarctica by Russia participating in an “Earth Alliance” fighting against a transnational corporate space program operated by the Deep State according to secret space program insider, Corey Goode. He had this to say about Russia’s battle with a Satanic New World Order:

Putin and other elements of the “Earth Based Alliance” that make up the BRICS Alliance among others that dove tail together are all working for the common goal of defeating the “Satanic/Luciferian Cabal” that is now in control of the majority of the world and responsible for not only amazing deceptions of his and other countries populations but also some of the most horrific Crimes Against Humanity that have ever taken place in known history. Trump, by virtue of his uncle, John Trump, a former professor of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has been long aware of incredibly advanced technologies, either created by inventors such as Nikola Tesla, or reverse engineered from retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft. These advanced technologies have been developed for highly classified space programs and suppressed from public release for decades.

The possibility that Trump would collaborate with Putin in the disclosure of suppressed technologies, reveal the truth about extraterrestrial visitors, and join a covert global battle against the Deep State, offers a compelling explanation for why the Russia Trump collusion narrative was concocted.

As multiple investigations and criminal trials emerge against former US government officials that illegally used the Steele dossier in ways designed to help the Clinton campaign and prevent Trump from being inaugurated, it’s important not to lose sight of the bigger “exopolitical” picture of why the Deep State was so desperate to use its hidden government assets in such a blatant manner.

If Trump and Putin ultimately go ahead in forging a genuine US Russia alliance, this would not only liberate the planet from Deep State control, but in the process reveal many of the suppressed technologies that can transform humanity and help us become a worthy member of a galactic community.

UFO Alert as Putin Drafts in Army After Siberian Mountain ‘Collapses’

• On December 11, 2018, a massive rockslide fell off of the side of a mountain in a remote region of Siberia, blocking the nearby Bureya river. The villages of Chekunda, Ust-Urgal and Elga are being evacuated due to the risk of flooding or a second landslide. Vladimir Putin has sent in teams of geomorphologists, geologists, hydrologists and land-surveyors and even Russian soldiers to investigate amid suggestions it may have been caused by a UFO crash-landing. A poll of eastern Siberian Russians revealed that 33 per cent of the local populace believes that a UFO caused the rock slide.

• Hunters first reached the scene, alerted by a sudden and inexplicable change in the flow of the river. The hunters also reported ‘hot rocks’ on which they could warm their hands. Their initial guess was that the rock slide had been caused by a meteorite strike. But there were no reports of space rock hitting the area.

• Whatever the cause, the amount of displaced rock would fill 13,600 Olympic-sized swimming pools, and left a gash in the side of the mountain. The military is using explosives and equipment to restore the river flow. Flooding could also disrupt a 2,700-mile long rail line which is a vital link between the Siberian interior and Russia’s eastern coast. “Given the significant size of the landslide, units of engineers and railway forces with special equipment, as well as army and transport aviation, will be involved in clearing the rock,” a source said. A downstream hydro-electricity station is also threatened due to the river drying up.

• Professor Dave Petley, an expert at the University of Sheffield, dismissed both a meteorite or a UFO crash as the cause. Petley says that the mountain slope above the Bureya had a “pre-existing tension crack or depression” which failed at an altitude of around 1,900 ft., although it was unusual for the fall to occur in winter when the ground was frozen. He warned that mountain conditions showed the potential for an even bigger landslide in the future.

Vladimir Putin has drafted in soldiers to investigate a “collapsed mountain” in a remote region of Siberia amid suggestions it may have been caused by a UFO crash-landing.

Whatever the cause, the event resulted in a massive rockfall which has blocked the nearby Bureya river, and left several villages at risk of flooding. So much rock was shifted it would fill 13,600 Olympic-sized swimming pools, say experts.
Meanwhile, the falling 34 million cubic metres of debris left a gash in a mountain which could swallow up all the water used if every American showered at the same time.

The Russian army has been dispatched to the scene to try and find out what caused the catastrophic event and move a 525ft-high mound of rock, which has substantially blocked the Bureya, with village in the Khabarovsk and Amur regions at risk of flooding.

The military has being tasked with “moving the mountain”, using explosives and equipment to allow the water to flow again.

But experts have warned nearby rock is fractured and a second gargantuan landslide is not ruled out
A defence ministry source said a group of specialists is en route “to conduct reconnaissance work” at the site, where the rocks fell some 1,280 ft on to the valley floor.

The source added: “Given the significant size of the landslide, units of engineers and railway forces with special equipment, as well as army and transport aviation, will be involved in clearing the rock.”

Plans are being drawn up for the evacuation of 400 people from the villages of Chekunda, Ust-Urgal and Elga .

Flooding could also disrupt the 2,700-mile long Baikal-Amur Mainline rail link, which is a vital link between the Siberian interior and Russia’s east coast, unless the army can unblock the river quickly.

To complicate matters still further, a hydro-electricity station is also threatened because water is drying up in Bureyskaya hydro power reservoir located downstream.

Russia has also sent in teams of geomorphologists, geologists, hydrologists and land-surveyors to assess the carnage, which seems to have happened on December 11, reported The Siberian Times.

Alexey Maslov, head of Verkhnebureinsky district where the incident happened, said: “We are trying to find the explanation for this incident.

“I insist that it was a meteorite.”

However, a local poll in eastern Russian suggested the while 27 per cent agreed with his assessment, more – 33 per cent believed a UFO – was the cause.

QAnon on the Rothschilds & Satanism – Trump’s Secret Alliance with Putin

In Part 1, I analyzed QAnon posts identifying the puppet masters behind the Deep State – the Rothschild family, House of Saud, and George Soros – and the enormous financial resources at their disposal. To achieve control at a global level, the three puppet masters coordinate their efforts through different functions they respectively exercise.

QAnon referred to a cult led by the Rothschild family which has been a critical part of this global control system. In a November 11, 2017 post, QAnon succinctly described the chief characteristics of the worldwide cult:

QAnon is telling us that the puppet masters, the Rothschilds, Saudis and Soros are Satan worshippers. At the apex of this Satanic cult are the Rothschilds, according to QAnon.

It’s worth repeating from Part 1 that Dr. Deagle told us about Guy De Rothschild being the Pindar, CEO of Earth in 1992, which I discussed in more detail in an earlier article. This corroborates what QAnon revealed about the Rothschilds being the leaders of a cult followed by the puppet masters.

Prior to his death in 2007, Guy De Rothschild arranged for leadership of the Rothschild family to be passed on to his son, David Rene de Rothschild, in 2003. Recently,, David de Rothschild announced on April 17, 2018 that leadership of various Rothschild companies would in turn be passed on to his son, Alexandre de Rothschild.

According to what QAnon and Deagle have revealed, it can be concluded that the role of Pindar (Satanic cult leader) had passed on from Guy to David de Rothschild, and that Alexandre is being groomed to take over the position at some point.

QAnon refers to a temple on Epstein’s island with underground levels that the Satan worshiping Rothschilds, Saudis and Soros, along with their followers and compromised politicians, regularly visit. Compromised politicians include the Clintons, who are deeply involved in events at Epstein’s island as evidenced by Bill Clinton’s frequent visits there – 26 of which have been documented in flight logs.

QAnon refers to how the Clintons were compromised by Soros, and how evil they became through their association with the Rothschilds:

What kind of “EVIL” activities are performed Epstein’s island, the Rothschild’s Black Forrest estate, and other locations like Bohemian Grove, California?

QAnon said that the Saudis are in control of sex and child trafficking. There are multiple witnesses that describe Satanic ceremonies that involve child sacrifice. John DeCamp, a former state senator for Nebraska, wrote The Franklin Coverup: Child Abuse, Satanism and Murder in Nebrask (1992), which provides the most well documented and researched book detailing child abuse and ritual sacrifice at Satanic events all over the United States.

In an article where he summarized multiple interviews with children who survived the abuse and Satanic ceremonies, De Camp wrote:

The essence of the story the children told, was that they were used in a coordinated ring of child abuse. When I say child abuse, I don’t mean the traditional child abuse that social workers yak about, but serious, big league abuse of children. They are used as drug couriers, as sexual objects to compromise this or that politician or businessman. They are used in the most gross fashion possible, including ritual murder and things like that. I am talking about the most unbelievable things, which I still have difficulty believing. But having seen enough evidence, I know they exist, in an organized fashion, and not committed by the sleazes in the bars and the guys in the alley. I’m talking about the most prominent of citizens, the most respectable.

De Camp gave an example in his book, of how young children are exploited at Satanic ceremonies held at private locations such as Bohemian Grove:

Paul was taken by Larry King [not the talk show host] and others to a wooded area in California – identified after publication as the Bohemian Grove. There Paul and another boy were forced to do sex acts with and to consume parts of a child whom they had watched being murdered by the cultists. The body was to be disposed of by “the men with the hoods.

I now return to the last comment in QAnon’s November 11, 2017 post:

“Vladimir Putin: The New World Order Worships Satan”.

Here QAnon is signaling that President Putin is fully aware of the Satanism practiced by the puppet masters – Rothschilds, Saudis, and Soros – and that there is secret coordination between U.S. military intelligence and Putin in responding to the Deep State.

This is why Russia has repeatedly stood down its military forces despite U.S. military provocations in Syria, Ukraine, and elsewhere in Russia’s sphere of influence. Putin knows that the Deep State is intent on fomenting World War III.

Putin is also well aware that the Deep State has been pressuring Trump from the beginning of his administration, and now blackmailing Trump through material acquired from the Cohen raid. Nevertheless, Putin/Russia and Trump/US military intelligence are coordinating to prevent any military clashes that could quickly escalate out of control due to deep state actors embedded within each of their administrations.

This scenario is corroborated by a comment given by Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, who said in an April 20 interview:

Speaking about risks of a military confrontation, I am 100 percent sure that [both the US and Russian] militaries won’t allow this, and of course neither will President [Vladimir] Putin or President [Donald] Trump.

QAnon’s revelations have been very helpful in understanding the puppet masters behind the Deep State, their connection to a Satanic cult that has compromised political systems in the U.S. and around the world, and how Trump and U.S. military intelligence are secretly coordinating with Putin’s Russia to deal with these multifaceted challenges.

The “New World Order,” a term that’s been referenced a number of times by various academics, politicians, and more over the years, has definitely gained more attention recently. Why? Because it refers to the desire of the global elite to enforce their vision of what the world should look like, basically imposing their ways and beliefs of “globalization” on the world’s populace. They employ various tactics to make this happen. At the 13th annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club, whose theme this year was “The Future in Progress: Shaping the World of Tomorrow,” Russian President Vladimir Putin began his speech by arguing that the oligarchic ‘1 percent’ that dominates our world have given over entirely to greed:

They essentially abandoned substantive and equal dialogue with other actors in international life, chose not to improve or create universal institutions, and attempted instead to bring the entire world under the spread of their own organisations, norms and rules. They chose the road of globalisation and security for their own beloved selves, for the select few, and not for all. But far from everyone was ready to agree with this.
Iraq, Syra, and Libya were all ravaged in the name of greed, and their invasions were based on lies, as four star General Wesley Clark also made quite clear.

So, where do whistleblowers come in? Well, the New World Order has many aspects, and they use many tactics to achieve their goal. This includes, as Putin put it, creating “imaginary and mythical” threats to justify their actions. One of their biggest tactics is to keep the entire military industrial complex running, to create justification for war and invasion/infiltration, and to heighten the global national security state. As a result of the heightened natural security state, citizens at home in America continually lose their basic rights, in many different forms.

When whistleblowers reveal classified information, it creates more transparency, and reveals the true intentions for secrecy under the justification of “national security,” a term that’s basically used now to conceal vast amounts of information.
