Infamous 1947 UFO Crash Mystery Finally Solved

Listen to “E37 7-21-19 Infamous 1947 UFO Crash Mystery Finally Solved” on Spreaker.

Article by Michael Moran                       July 7, 2019                         (dailystar.co.uk)

• June 1947 was the height of the UFO craze. Kenneth Arnold had reported seeing nine unusual saucer-shaped objects near Mount Rainier, Washington and news of his sighting was reported around the world. It was with that news fresh in mind that New Mexico rancher, W.W. “Mac” Brazel, told local Sheriff George Wilcox that he’d found the wreckage of “a flying disc” on his property some 80 miles northwest of Roswell.

• Brazel and his son had come across something inexplicable that day – in his words, “a large area of bright wreckage made up of rubber strips, tin foil, and rather tough paper, and sticks”. Sheriff Wilcox advised a local Air Force colonel, who told his superiors, who put Intelligence Officer Major Jesse Marcel (pictured above, right) in charge of investigating the crash site and collecting the wreckage. Marcel issued a statement to the press. On July 8, 1947, the Roswell Daily Record’s front-page headline read ‘RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch in Roswell Region.’

• A month earlier, however, on June 4th, 1947, a huge balloon designated NYU Flight 4 lifted off from Alamogordo Army Airfield to a height of 40,000 feet as part of Project Mogul, a top-secret project run by the US Army Air Force to detect Soviet nuclear tests. This is what crashed on Mac Brazel’s ranch.

• Or was the crash, as some claimed, an experimental Nazi “stealth bomber” that the Soviets had captured, filled with genetically-altered children, and deliberately crashed in America on Stalin’s orders in order to sow fear and panic? Or was it the work of a sinister cabal of Jesuit priests who have anti-gravity aircraft and artificial hybrid humans? Or was it the fallout from a firefight between Grey aliens and the US Delta Force in tunnels under New Mexico? Or the unsuccessful test flight of a captured UFO from the base at Groom Lake known as Area 51?

• No. It was a surveillance balloon. Roger Launius, former curator of space history at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. told Smithsonian Magazine: “Apparently, it was better from the Air Force’s perspective that there was a crashed ‘alien’ spacecraft out there than to tell the truth. A flying saucer was easier to admit than Project Mogul, and with that, we were off to the races.”

• So the Roswell crash wasn’t anything as exciting as an extra-terrestrial craft. The chance that the government could have covered-up an event of this magnitude, lasting 72 years, through multiple presidencies and administrations, seems extraordinarily slim.

[Editor’s Note]    Ah yes. This is the maturing of a long-standing government cover story, brought to you by none other than the Smithsonian Museum, a notorious Deep State bastion of secrecy and disinformation. The Deep State is getting worried that so many people are beginning to see through their ruse. They need to reaffirm the cover story to maintain their base of skeptics who are conditioned to automatically deny UFOs and extraterrestrials. Here, they employ all of the standard devices. They note the hysteria brought on by Kenneth Arnold’s claimed sighting just weeks earlier. They make the eye witness Mac Brazel seem like an unreliable idiot. They bring up the communist Soviet menace that America was defending itself against. They trot out several other notions just as ridiculous as a ‘flying saucer from Mars’. Then they turn to a historical expert – a curator for the Smithsonian – to confirm that the cover story is indeed the most plausible. ‘We didn’t want the Soviets to know about our secret eavesdropping balloon’. Anyone who chooses to buy this nonsense is predisposed to believing anything the government tells them. But more and more folks are waking up to the fact that the elite Deep State government is in it for themselves, and not the people.

On July 8, 1947 the Roswell Daily Record’s front-page headline read ‘RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch in Roswell Region.’

The story began a few weeks earlier when rancher W.W. “Mac” Brazel was driving across his property some 80 miles northwest of Roswell with his son.

The pair came across something bizarre and inexplicable that day. It was, in Brazel’s words, “a large area of bright wreckage made up of rubber strips, tin foil, and rather tough paper, and sticks”.

Brazel noted the unusual wreckage but left it alone, not returning to the site until July 4.

It was the height of the UFO craze. In June 1947 Kenneth Arnold had reported seeing nine unusual saucer-shaped objects near Mount Rainier, Washington and news of his sighting was reported around the world.

It was with that news fresh in his mind that Brazel confided to local Sheriff George Wilcox that he might have found the wreckage of “a flying disc”.

Wilcox advised a colonel at the local air force base, and the news worked its way up the chain of command.

Intelligence officer Major Jesse Marcel was put in charge of investigating the crash site and collecting the wreckage.

When this was done, Marcel issued a statement to the press. On July 8, Marcel’s statement was on the front page of the Roswell Daily Record, underneath that famous headline.

The story contained this earth-shattering sentence from Marcel’s release: “The intelligence office of the 509th Bombardment Group at Roswell Army Air Field announced at noon today, that the field has come into the possession of a Flying Saucer.”

But was that true?

Roswell Alien Was Sub-Human Creation of Auschwitz Nazi Josef Mengele Claim

by Sean Martin                     May 9, 2019                        (express.co.uk)

• Annie Jacobson, “investigative journalist” and author of the book: Area 51: An Uncensored History of America’s Top Secret Military Base, told Fresh Air podcast recently that the Roswell, New Mexico crash in the summer of 1947 was neither an extraterrestrial craft or a weather balloon. It was, according to Jacobson’s “source” and detailed in her book, a Soviet ‘dark propaganda’ program to create panic in the United States over an alien invasion.

• During World War II, Nazi doctor Josef Mengele had conducted horrendous human experiments at Auschwitz and had become known as the ‘Angel of Death’. After WWII, Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin captured Mengele and tasked him with creating “grotesque, child-size” pilots who could be placed on board a small plane which was flown remotely to the United States. US citizens would see the “grotesque” children, think they were aliens, and cause mass hysteria. There are scant details on how this actually may have happened. “[I]t was a warning shot over President Truman’s bow, so to speak,” said Jacobson.

• “If you look at the timeline with Josef Mengele, he left Auschwitz in January of 1945 and disappeared for a while, and the suggestion by my source is that Mengele had already cut his losses with the Third Reich at that point and was working with Stalin,” claims Jacobson.

• The Soviet Union didn’t have nuclear weapons capability at the time, so they employed this interplanetary hoax. Said Jacobson, “[O]ne of the most interesting documents is the second CIA director, Walter Bedell Smith, memos back and forth to the National Security Council talking about how the fear is that the Soviets could make a hoax against America involving a UFO and overload our early air-defense warning system, making America vulnerable to an attack.”

[Editor’s Note]   It appears that the Deep State propaganda machine is running in high gear to dump as much disinformation on the public as possible with regard to the UFO phenomenon and the continuing extraterrestrial presence on and around our planet. Deep State shills like Jacobson use the time-tested method of taking an actual historic event and then adding new pieces of information to twist and turn it into something completely different. Whether it is plausible or not is not the point. The goal is to create so many possibilities that the public cannot determine the real truth. People become exasperated with so many ‘explanations’ that they get tired of hearing about it, and mentally block it. It is just another psy-op to distract people from what is truly going on.

In 1947, a mysterious flying disc was reported to have landed in the desert of New Mexico near the town of Roswell. The US Air Force rushed to the scene and claimed a weather balloon had crashed, but 70 years later, conspiracy theorists still maintain an alien flying saucer had crashed. However, one researcher believes both of these claims are false, and that the crash was that of a Soviet plane carrying deformed soldiers which was sent to spy and spook US citizens.

This is at least according to journalist Annie Jacobson who believes the Soviet Union was employing “dark propaganda” to send the US into meltdown.

Following the end of the Second World War, Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin employed Nazi doctor Josef Mengele, who had conducted horrendous human experiments at Auschwitz and had become known as the ‘Angel of Death’, to create “grotesque, child-size” pilots who could be placed on board a small plane which was flown remotely.

In return for Dr Mengele’s experiments, Stalin promised the former Nazi a eugenics lab where his unethical experiments could continue.

After the ‘child pilots’ were created, of which there are scant details on how this actually happened, Stalin and the Soviet Union sent them on a small aircraft to the US.

The plan was then to have the plane land in the US, where citizens would see the “grotesque” children and think they were aliens and cause mass hysteria – similar to the 1937 radio broadcast of Orson Welles’ War of The Worlds, according to Ms Jacobson, who authored the book Area 51: An Uncensored History of America’s Top Secret Military Base.

Ms Jacobson told the Fresh Air podcast: “The child-sized aviators in this craft were the result of a Soviet human experimentation program, and they had been made to look like aliens a la Orson Welles’ War of the Worlds, and it was a warning shot over President Truman’s bow, so to speak.

Aliens and Cold War Paranoia Collide in ‘Project Blue Book’

by Judy Berman                    January 3, 2019                      (time.com)

• Based on the true story of J. Allen Hynek’s evolution from UFO skeptic as the head astronomer for Project Blue Book, to a believer suspicious of a government cover-up, premiered on January 8th on the History Channel. Project Blue Book was an Air Force project to ‘study’ and ultimately debunk all UFO reports, which existed from 1952 to 1969.

• The show, entitled “Project Blue Book” is executive produced by Robert Zemeckis. Aidan Gillen, Game of Thrones’ “Littlefinger”, portrays the brilliant but arrogant J. Allen Hynek. Set in the simpler times of the 1950’s and 60’s, the historical drama brings forth the underlying paranoia of government agendas and Soviet espionage that was brewing just below the surface.

Project Blue Book works as a paranormal procedural in the X-Files mold; the story moves quickly, the performances elevate the scripts and episodes strike the right balance between the character’s relationships and a darker scenario that drives the season-long arc of a ‘very watchable’ show.

After World War II, as tensions with the Soviet Union fueled both the space race and fears of nuclear apocalypse, the U.S. Air Force started investigating UFOs. For help debunking the strange reports flowing in from across the country, the military enlisted J. Allen Hynek, an astronomer later known for developing the “close encounter” classification system. But over the years, Hynek grew less skeptical about UFOs and more suspicious of his bosses’ agenda, even as he remained instrumental to the 17-year study Project Blue Book.

His story is so obviously the stuff of prestige TV that it’s surprising it has taken so long to reach cable, in the form of a sci-fi drama from executive producer Robert Zemeckis that premieres on Jan. 8 on History. Project Blue Book smartly casts Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones‘ Littlefinger) as the brilliant but arrogant Hynek. Captain Michael Quinn (Michael Malarkey) is the grounded Scully to his obsessive Mulder, a World War II hero charged with overseeing Allen–and ensuring that he toes the Air Force line. Above Quinn’s pay grade, a cover-up is brewing. And at home, Allen’s long absences have primed his wife Mimi (Laura Mennell) for a friendship with a mysterious new woman in town (Ksenia Solo).

Many great historical dramas–Mad Men, Halt and Catch Fire, The Knick–have been built on similar setups, following difficult visionaries who struggle against contemporary mores and authorities to shape the future we inhabit. Project Blue Book calls back to The Americans too, with Soviet spies sniffing around Allen’s classified research.

CIA Files Reveal Shocking Fate Faced by KGB Soldiers on Encountering UFO

by Nirmal Narayanan                November 28, 2018              (ibtimes.co.in)

• Declassified CIA files have revealed the fate of a group of Soviet-era KGB soldiers when they encountered a UFO during the peak of the cold war. While stationed at a military base in Antarctic, Soviet KGB soldiers witnessed a grouping of red, green and yellow UFOs hovering over the base. Later, a low-flying saucer-shaped spaceship appeared over the Soviet military base. Somebody impulsively shot down saucer with a surface-to-air missile.

• The Saucer-shaped UFO fell to Earth and five short humanoids with large heads and large black eyes emerged from it. The five humanoid creatures came close together and then merged into a single spherical shaped object. That object began to buzz and hiss sharply and then became a brilliant white. In a few seconds, the sphere grew bigger and flared up with an extremely bright light. At that very instant, 23 soldiers who were watching the phenomenon turned into limestone. Two of the soldiers escaped the attack. The stone soldiers were taken to a secret Soviet military base.

• Conspiracy theorists argue that this incident is proof of alien existence, and that the aliens’ advanced weaponry is able to transform the material composition of living beings.

• In the declassified documents, former USSR President Mikhail Gorbachev himself revealed that UFOs do exist, and that a thorough investigation is needed to unravel the mysteries surrounding these flying objects.

KGB was once the most powerful security agencies in the world, and they played a crucial role in turning the Soviet Union into an unquestionable world power until its break up in 1991. Now, a set of declassified CIA files has revealed the shocking fate faced by a bunch of KGB soldiers when they encountered a UFO during the peak time of cold war.

It should be noted that these documents which were actually dissolved by USSR President Mikhail Gorbachev in 1991 were later obtained by the CIA, and it has unveiled a scenario where science fiction came to real life. In the documents, Gorbachev himself reveals that UFOs do exist, and thorough investigation is needed to unravel the mysteries surrounding these flying objects.

The development first began when a group of red, green and yellow flying objects was seen hovering above military bases in Antarctica. Later, a team of KGB soldiers spotted a flying saucer, and they shot it down.

“According to the KGB materials, a quite low-flying spaceship in the shape of a saucer appeared above a military unit that was conducting routine training maneuvers. For unknown reasons, somebody unexpectedly launched a surface-to-air missile and hit the UFO. It fell to Earth not far away, and five short humanoids with ‘large heads and large black eyes’ emerged from it,” the declassified document says, Dailystar reports.

As the UFO crash landed, five creatures, possibly aliens with large heads and big eyes came out and launched an attack on the soldiers. During the attack, aliens used highly advanced weapons, and they soon turned these soldiers to stone poles.

Regularly Occurring UFO Outran Jets Says Former Yugoslav General

by Alejandro Rojas             August 23, 2017                (OpenMinds.tv)

• In January and February 1975, Yugoslav Air Force fighter jets encountered a multicolored glowing orb over the former Yugoslavia

• “It was attracting attention on purpose,” speculated Yugoslav Air Force General Zvonimir Jurjevic

• Many pilots saw it although it did not show up on radar

• The Yugoslav Air Force along with Soviet MiGs hunted the orb

• Military and commercial aviation professionals typically avoid reporting UFOs due to ridicule

On several occasions in 1975, Yugoslav Air Force jets saw a strange multi-colored glowing orb, but every time they tried to investigate, it would outrun their jet fighters. Finally, after failed attempts to get a closer look, and facing ridicule for reporting the incidents, they chose to ignore it.

This is according to General Zvonimir Jurjevic, former commander of the Air Force and Air Defense of Yugoslavia. The story was first revealed in 2011 in a book on the 172 Aviation Regiment, which was lead by Jujevic. He recently discussed the UFO encounters again in an interview with Sputnik International.

According to Jujevic the UFO encounters began in January, 1975 and lasted for several days. Every night, 50 minutes after take off, he would see the object.

“The object looked like a glowing orb, very well visible, maybe ten times lighter than the brightest star at that moment,” Jurjevic told Sputnik International. “Color constantly changed: white, yellow, light red, orange, again white, and so on. It appeared from nowhere, unexpectedly.”
“It was attracting attention on purpose,” Jurjevic speculated.

Jurjevic was not the only one to see the object, many of the pilots in his regiment also reported it. However, it never turned up on radar.
