Open Letter to Extraterrestrial Visitors

Dear Galactic Family,

It is a great joy to know that your cloaked star ships are now orbiting Earth. We understand that they will become more visible when you make open contact with Earth citizens soon. I hope this letter quickly reaches you through some trustworthy means.

In a recent channeled message through Greg Giles, you stated “Your mission at this time is to help spread light, which is information, and help to calm the fears that may spread throughout your societies upon the announcements of our presence here. You have the tools at your disposal. Many of these have been purposely seeded into your culture for just this purpose. Use them well.”

Yes, we have the tools to spread your messages, but they are not being used as productively as they could be. We do not have the kind of information to share that is viewed as credible by the masses.    We have sayings like “Seeing is believing”, “A picture is worth a thousand words”, and “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” – Carl Sagan.   Telepathic messages and blurry UFO photos are not convincing to most Earth humans.

In the spirit of helping each other to create the best outcome, I humbly offer some requests. In short, we need true to life videos and photos of you. The content must clearly show human-looking extraterrestrial beings. It could include tours of your natural environments, star ships, and homes.

Comments from you about your life and view of Earth would be wildly popular. Ideally, you should speak in your own languages and also Earth languages. We wish to know about your education, music, art, recreation, and sports. We would especially like to see your technologies for cleaning up our planet, curing our health problems, and providing non-polluting energy.

Access to your “viewing screen” would enable us to see important historical events in our cultures exactly as they occurred. Only a few citizens of Earth claim to have seen this fascinating technology on your star ships.

Live web cams showing your normal daily activities would be spectacular. We want to see activities on your ‘streets’ and at your cultural events. Interactive live chats with you by video and audio would be groundbreaking.

Sharing such tangible and persuasive evidence with the masses would greatly increase the number of your Earth family who are eager to welcome you. It would also lessen disruption to our services and supplies that you have warned us about if people are not well informed about you and your arrival.

News of your lives would reach hundreds of millions. This happened in May 2008 with the “alien in the window” video shown in Denver, Colorado. It created a flood of headline news worldwide.  Merely tens or hundreds of thousands seem to read channeled messages. A greater number of people would believe visual content.

Authentic videos of you would help us know what is true. They would be the most exciting and enlightening videos ever seen on Earth. We would share them with everyone we can. They would become immediate ‘viral’ sensations on the Internet.

Watching videos of you before your star ships uncloak would greatly reduce fear and panic about your upcoming visit. You would not face the risks of showing up as a total surprise to most Earth humans who did not read or believe the channeled messages.

Time is of the essence. Compelling videos would empower us to show the masses a ‘clear picture’ of your benevolent intentions. Will you please help our mission by providing video content of your civilizations?

There appears to be no room within our tightly controlled Worldview for the uninitiated to accept that we are not alone in the universe.  However, there are contactees and witnesses with impeccable credentials who can testify that ETs are indeed amongst us; here to pass spiritual messages, nurturing and mentoring humanity through the nuclear age. To survive, humanity must awaken and cease its obsessions with the weaponization of space and the destruction of the Earth’s fragile environment. Is there a great Cosmic Plan to integrate a peaceful and enlightened humanity with other cosmic cultures within the multiverse?

At the UFOC 2011 in Phoenix, filmmaker Jake Gould assisted by Liat Gould were filming Major George Filer USAF (Ret) being interviewed by Neil Gould. During the interview, Major Filer presented his credentials and many of his activities during his 20 years in the air force, everything from picking up UFOs on radar to engaging a US President, Prince Phillip and others over the matter of UFOs. During a relaxing moment in the interview, Neil asked Major Filer what it was that motivated him to investigate and report UFO sightings all over the world, to keep the public informed through hisFilers Files. The answer was completely unexpected; Major filer and his childhood friend had watched UFOs land in  a nearby park, before being invited on board and meet with the occupants.

Major Filer is a Disclosure Project witness who gave testimony with regard to the shooting of an ET at Fort Dicks in 1978. His own ET contacts have never been mentioned to anyone outside of his own family; till now.  In the filmed interview, Filer describes his encounters, the craft and the spiritual enlightenment he received from the off worlders, who were completely human looking. Little did he realize that these encounters would be the driving force behind his disseminating  the Filers Files Newsletters in the hope of spreading the word; that we are not alone, nor have we ever been alone in this wonderful multiverse.

Videos of extraterrestrial life panel for business leaders released

Videos of five presentations at the 2011 Global Competitiveness Forum (GCF) discussing extraterrestrial life have been released.  The presentations were part of a panel titled “Learning from Outer Space” held on the first day of the forum. Each presentation discussed extraterrestrial life from the perspective of technological innovation, and the implications for humanity. The Global Competitiveness Forum is convened each year by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, and encourages business and political leaders to discuss ways of promoting business competitiveness. The videos that follow were posted by the GCF on youtube and for the first time are available to the general public. The presenters were Nick Pope, Stanton Friedman, Dr Zaghioul El Naggar, Dr Michio Kaku, and Dr Jacques Vallee.

Is historic meeting of 260 U.S. ambassadors related to UFOs and ET life?

On Monday, Feb 14, in the first meeting of its kind, 260 U.S. ambassadors began meeting in Washington D.C. for a week long conference to discuss foreign policy priorities for 2011. Among the priorities scheduled to be discussed are regional political upheavals, the rising international influence of social networks, and leaks by Wikileaks. Hillary Clinton will address the ambassadors on Wednesday about “leading through civilian power.” The meeting was first reported by the Associated Press on January 31, less than a week after the conclusion of the Global Competitiveness Forum where world business leaders were given an informal briefing about UFOs and extraterrestrial life by a panel of experts. Perhaps even more importantly, the Ambassadorial meeting was announced only three days after a spectacular UFO was filmed over the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. The question that arises is whether the historic meeting of 260 U.S. ambassadors is in some way related to UFOs and ET life?

This is what Politico had to say about the agenda of the Ambassadorial meeting:

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has called top envoys from U.S. embassies to gather in Washington on Monday for a wide-ranging foreign policy meeting. Ambassadors from almost all 260 U.S. embassies, consulates and other posts in more than 180 countries are expected to convene at the State Department for what’s being billed as the first meeting of its kind…. The ambassadors hold meetings with their regional bureaus Monday and Tuesday. Clinton is set to address the ambassadors Wednesday about “leading through civilian power,” after a welcome from her chief of staff and counselor, Cheryl Mills. U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice will then forecast the year ahead at the United Nations, and Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Bill Burns will do the same for the year ahead in foreign policy. The ambassadors will also hear from Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen on civilian-military operations in the 21st century …

According to official releases concerning the agenda of the Ambassadorial enclave, there is nothing that hints at the UFO phenomenon being discussed. The timing of the meeting, first announced less then a week after two extraordinary world events, however, does point to a likely UFO connection.

The first event was a meeting of the Global Competitiveness Forum held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from January 23-25, 2011 which had for the first time a panel on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Five panelists were heard on the opening day at a plenary session, where most of the conference participants, comprising world business leaders such as former British and Canadian Prime Ministers, Tony Blair and Jean Chretien; Jim Albaugh, President and CEO of Boeing; Andy Bird, chairman of Walt Disney International; Jared Cohen, Director of Google ideas, and many others were told about evidence of UFOs and ET life. In short, world business leaders were told that flying saucers were real and that the advanced technology of extraterrestrial civilizations made possible a special kind of UFO for astute entrepreneurs – Unprecedented Financial Opportunities. A mystery participant to the GCF was former U.S. President Bill Clinton who spoke about advanced energy systems that await international development.

The second event concerned video and witness testimony of a spectacular UFO over the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem on January 28. The UFO was filmed by up to four independent sources, and witnessed by hundreds. The UFO appears first to descend directly over the Dome of the Rock, and then shot straight up in a spectacular flash of energy. Controversy has arisen over whether one or more of the videos is a fake. Credible Israeli researchers such as Barry Chamish, however, say that at least the first two of the videos are genuine and well supported by witness testimonies.

The significance of the Dome of the Rock cannot be underestimated in terms of a UFO sighting. It is a site holy to the world’s three major monotheistic religions: Islam; Judaism; and Christianity. A UFO appearing over the Dome of the Rock may well have the principal function of uniting humanity in response to the appearance of extraterrestrial life. Alternatively, it may be setting the scene for a Second Coming type of event that some believe is part of a covert operation called Project Blue Beam using holographic technologies? Was the UFO conducting a form of galactic diplomacy in preparing humanity for events that will point to the existence of extraterrestrial life? Or was it a scene setter for a contrived Second Coming and contrived alien invasion?

Adding a further element into the hiddent agenda behind the U.S., ambassadorial enclave, is that the current U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has a documented interest in the UFO phenomenon that goes back to her days in the Clinton White House. Hillary supported an initiative by deceased billionaire, Laurence Rockefeller, to get the White House to release government documents concerning UFOs. This raises the question, was her summoning of a historic meeting of 260 U.S. ambassadors from around the world done so they can be briefed in a secure environment on events about to unfold around the planet? Are these events related to the Dome of the Rock UFO incident and the Global Competitiveness Forum meeting where World business leaders were informally told of the reality of UFOs and extraterrestrial life? The need to have nearly all U.S. ambassadors flown in, rather than participate in an internet linkup suggests momentous events needed to be discussed in a secure leak-proof environment.

Hillary Clinton will speak tomorrow, Wednesday, February 16, to this first-time assembly of 260 U.S. ambassadors from around the world. Will she brief them about UFOs and their relationship to events about to unfold around the planet? Only time will tell, but in the meantime, look to the skies – especially if visiting Jerusalem.

Exopolitics: Stargate to a New Reality – Book Review

Paola Harris has dedicated over three decades to interviewing key witnesses and experts concerning extraterrestrial life, and an international government cover-up. In her newly released book Exopolitics: Stargate to a New Reality, she discusses nine protocols for extraterrestrial contact. The interviews and insights in her book will open the reader up to the grand possibilities confronting humanity as we collectively deal with the visitation of extraterrestrial life – a secret harder to keep due to the pioneering research work of Ms Harris. Her work in documenting whistleblower and experiencer testimonies has made her one of the founders of the new academic discipline of exopolitics which she believes is the key to forging a new international political reality.

I caught up with Ms Harris and asked why her book is important for the general public at this time? She referred to keen interest by a younger generation of researchers, and a number of noteworthy events that occurred in the latter part of 2010 in her reply:

This book is about “passing the baton to the youth.” One essay by Michael Vogt expresses fear at disclosure. Another by Jason Friend welcomes it. Even Travis Walton has mixed feelings about full disclosure. It has updated UFO news, i.e., The Denver Ballot Initiative, The Washington Press Club missile shutdown whistleblower press conference etc.

It’s worth pointing out that Exopolitics: Stargate to a New Reality is the fourth in a series of books documenting whistleblower and experiencer testimonies by Ms Harris. I asked her why whistleblower and experiencer testimonies were so important to document. She replied:

They make the field credible. Most are military and pilots and scientists working on Black Projects (first hand witnesses). They are in Chapter 3″ Tears in rain.” There is also a new unpublished Colonel Corso interview with a medical doctor in Colorado.

I asked her: “What are the most important challenges facing the world given the material in your book?” Ms Harris replied: “Transparency, and national security issues in a world racked with chaos, rebellion and transformational political and economic crises.” As we await revolutionary events to unfold in Egypt and other parts of the Arab world, it’s important to consider that a global event as momentous as an official announcement of extraterrestrial life, will likely take place alongside unpredictable social and political events around the world.

Her book title incorporates the word “exopolitics” which Ms Harris defines as “an academic study of the extraterrestrial presence on Earth and its sociological, as well as political, implications for humanity.” I wanted to know why the field of exopolitics was important for emerging into the new reality she describes in her book? She referred to the work of former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer:

The old order is shifting. This change needs to occur for our planetary survival as Paul Hellyer writes in his book: LIGHT at the END of the TUNNEL: a Survival plan for the Human Species. We are undergoing radical political changes and we must have something in place to substitute the old;  A New World View as Dr. John Mack called it. In the field of UFO Contact, it is an opportunity to enter into a cosmic reality, a galactic neighborhood; but only those educated in this field who can be diplomatic in their approach will be admitted. Education is the key.

Ms Harris book has been eagerly awaited by many seeking to learn more about the fascinating whistleblowers and experiencers she has interviewed over her long career. This and her three prior books are groundbreaking historical records of whistleblower and experiencer testimonies that will be studied closely by students and the general public for years to come. As we move closer to that day when the existence of extraterrestrial life is officially disclosed, Ms Harris book(s) will reveal much of the hidden history behind alien visitation and government efforts to suppress this from the public.

Messr. Philippe de La Messuziere validates the revelations of Dr Michael Wolf – ETs working in US Military bases – Video testimony!

Philippe de la Messuziere is a French aristocrat, electronics engineer, intelligence officer and an associate for the with COMETA report. COMETA was a high-level French UFO study organization from the late 1990s, composed of high-ranking officers and officials, some having held command posts in the armed forces and aerospace industry.

Philippe spent 20 years of his life in the domain of Nuclear energy. He co authored a dictionary of Atomic terms [French/English] and worked for Canadian Marconi, Canadian Admiral Group who made fridges but covertly produced atomic detectors for nuclear fallout and Raytheon in Florida.

In this video, Philippe discloses his private conversations with Dr Michael Wolf a close friend of his who died 18th September 2000.  The revelations of Dr Michael Wolf are controversial; Wolf claims that he was head of Alphacom a covert agency associated with the secret government with whom he allegedly worked for 25years, holding Above Top Secret clearance; working on joint projects with ETs in laboratories at S4, Area 51, Wright- Patterson Airforce Base, Indian Springs and Dulce.  Wolf claims that the shadow government erased all records of his degrees and involvement with the CIA, NSA and NSC; a measure common for people working in special access programs.

“Dr Wolf said he had an MD in neurology; a Ph.D in theoretical physics; a BS in biogenetics; a JD in international law; and a D.Sc in computer Sciences.”

Wolf died from cancer on the 18th September 2000 allegedly from a type of cancer induced by his “employers.”

It was after Wolf published his book Catchers of Heaven that most researchers got to hear about his revelations. Wolf’s bosses sanctioned the publication on condition that Wolf “fictionalized” the book. Wolf commented:

I would like on my grave the words; “He died of Red tape”.

Was Wolf the highest ranking member of the shadow government to come forward? Or more to the point; was Wolf the real thing?

In the interview Philippe reveals how the US military are working with ETs on back engineering high technology. He describes his meeting with the ET, Kolta who was with his ET boss and provides evidence in the form of reflection. The ETs took a photo of Wolf and Philippe sitting together, capturing their own reflections in the glass of a picture on the wall of Wolfs apartment.

Philippe describes the ET’s physical features and vulnerability where simply shaking hands could cause an injury. “They did not eat, they were just like plants”. One occasion when Philippe was in hospital after a heart attack, Wolf would send Kolta to see him whilst nobody in the hospital would be “conscious of the visit ”.

This video interview is extremely compelling and provides many disclosures about the role of covert groups in the military, including NASA, working with ETs.

World business leaders told flying saucers are real & extraterrestrials exist

At five thousand dollars a ticket, some business leaders got more than they bargained for when they attended the first day of the Global Competitiveness Forum (GCF) being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They were told flying saucers are real, and they had better start thinking about the business implications of extraterrestrial life and technologies. Convened each year by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, the GCF brings together business and political leaders to discuss ways of promoting business competitiveness. For the first time at its annual conference, the GCF held a panel discussing UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Titled “Learning from Outer Space” the panel comprised five speakers who all endorsed the view that extraterrestrial life is real, and has many implications for the world as we know it.

The panel was held on January 23, and was a “main plenary” session meaning all GCF participants were able to attend and hear what the experts had to say about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Up to 1000 participants included business and political elites such as former British and Canadian Prime Ministers, Tony Blair and Jean Chretien; Jim Albaugh, President and CEO of Boeing; Andy Bird, chairman of Walt Disney International; Jared Cohen, Director of Google ideas, and many others. The advice they got was that the issue of extraterrestrial life is real, and they better start paying attention to the business implications. Here’s how the GCF summarized the panel presentations on its website:

The unconventional and highly relevant topic of extraterrestrial life forms was addressed by yesterday’s panel discussion “Contact: Learning from Outer Space”. Experts Zoaghloul El-Naggar, Stanton Friedman, Michio Kaku, Nick Pope and Jacques Vallee made compelling cases for the existence of living beings elsewhere in the galaxy, drawing upon empirical evidence, religious theology and logical reasoning.
Mr. Friedman opened his remarks with a bold statement, “Flying saucers are real!” and this summed up the perspective of the panel members. Mr. Pope explored the potential business implications of outer space, such as the profitability of alien branding or sponsorship.
While El-Naggar was also convinced of their existence, he raised the interesting point that it may not be ethical to spend resources trying to contact alien societies when we still face war and poverty in our own society.
Mr. Vallee encouraged more academics to analyze the evidence. However, on behalf of his successful Venture Capital fund, he said, “We are not ready to invest in this type of research, but we think that somebody should.”

The 2011 GCF conference panel on Outer Space has opened the door for world business leaders to seriously consider the implications of evidence concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life. A graphic summarizing GCF discussions by artist, Sunni Brown (top right), reveals the prominence given to issues of extraterrestrial contact and the overwhelming changes new energies will bring to humanity. Business leaders are poised to do what political leaders have so far failed to do – proactively deal with compelling evidence that we are being visited by galactic civilizations who have advanced technologies to share with humanity.

The Greater Threat: ET or NSA

If we are to understand the UFO/ET cover-up and its severe consequences to human evolution and national security we need to carefully study the evidence and documents available in credible books like, UFOs and the National Security State, Clear Intent and Above Top Secret. We can see that with hindsight the greatest threat to the human species and national security may not be ET colonization and subjugation, rather our global leaders past and present violent overreaction to contact in the 1940’s and 1950’s that continues to this day. There is considerable evidence that global allied leaders like Roosevelt,  Churchill,  Truman and Eisenhower (lots of documents here ) felt that extreme measures were needed to resist the threat of invasion and subjugation. In 1947 the National Security Act began the process that created the National Security Apparatus that today I believe has become more a threat to human survival and evolution than the original threats associated with ET contact. Is this a classic case of the medicine being worse than the cure?

Eisenhower realized only to late the danger of the military-industrial complex that he helped create. These allied leaders seemed to exclusively had threats on their mind rather than opportunities, and so they inadvertently unbalanced human evolution by cutting out those of us who might have advised against fearful hasty reactions and those who would point out the benefits of contact.

Many allied civilian and military leaders were students of history like Churchill and looked to Japan’s successful use of extreme measures against the colonial invaders that included playing one against the other, isolating trade to certain restricted ports, and even death to civilians and Europeans having unauthorized contact with each other in Japan.  Fearful global leaders failed to appreciate that even though Japan successfully resisted European invasion, the runaway national security apparatus Japan constructed to do so caused the almost total destruction of Japan and the death of millions of people in World War Two.

Evidence for this draconian Japan model of colonial resistance shows up in government documents. In Richard Dolan’s UFO’s and the National Security State, pages 348-349, The unknown author in the NSA document wrote. “If ‘they’ discover you it is an old but hardly invalid rule of thumb. ‘they’ are your technological superiors.” Dolan writes, “Human history surely demonstrates the danger to weaker cultures when confronted by a technologically superior civilization, a loss of identity and absorption by the others. Citing the example of Japan (the NSA author says.) “He noted, that it is at least theoretically possible for a “weaker” society to survive such a confrontation.”

Today with hindsight some global political leaders and even some in the MJ-12, NSA, CIA, NRO runaway security apparatus created to address the ET threat are beginning to realize their draconian reactions to the perceived extraterrestrial threat have now created an even bigger threat to national security and human evolution. I have in the past suggested that this mismanagement of ET contact is quite similar to the mismanagement of fire in natural ecosystems as in Yellowstone National Park. In self delusion the very people that created the problem, the huge accumulation of fuel through fire suppression, tried to alleviate the problem on their own. Without outside help from competent controlled burning specialists they tried to control burn and again this incompetence allowed the fire to get out of control and burned Yellowstone to the ground in catastrophic fire.

One is lead to wonder if our present leaders inside and outside of the runaway shadow government military-industrial-political process bubble are making a similar mistake managing ET contact as did the managers of natural ecosystems in Yellowstone National Park. The Japan model seems to have had two very disastrous outcomes. The runaway national security state in Japan pushed Japan into a disastrous war while in the USSR the runaway national security state tried to maintain technological and defensive parity with the U.S. with causing collapse and disaster.

National Security people tend to ignore those of us that say, ” The means is the end, and the a destructive means cannot and will not give a long term positive outcome.” Contrary to many in the National Security State there there is a very important place for the rule of law and ethics! Ethics and oversight keep things from getting out of control. The means fashions the end result. Duh.

Evolution proceeds no matter the poison we choose. ET is not standing still and the present slow progress of government disclosure is in my opinion too little too late. Instead of slow conservative official acknowledgment of ET contact through global document dumps of low level material and the official academic bodies slow release of information, we need much more radical and rapid solutions to disclosure.

It is the NSA that really holds the keys to the Kingdom near the apex of the extraterrestrial control pyramid and if they will not willingly themselves give public access to the huge accumulation of data some of us believe they have in their vaults on ET civilizations, culture, science, politics, exopolitics, technology etc., they must may forced by the citizenry to give access as in the WikiLeaks way for the overall good of society. The NSA’s huge database is the repository of the information the Shadow Government has on ET, and I believe it comes from, hacked computers obtained from crashes and maybe even the alien’s own computer networks, alien interrogations, diplomatic channels, cultural and technology exchanges, treaties and trade etc.

Our species survival from ET contact is at stake alright, but maybe not so much from ET directly, but by from our leaders own well meaning dysfunctional destructive reactions to that contact. My father was fond of saying. “The road to hell is paved with the best of intentions.” Not until we have full and open disclosure will these threats diminish as ordinary citizens and officials not at the apex of society become part of the contact paradigm.

Video: Jim Sparks in Hong Kong 2011

In these videos Neil Gould interviews Jim Sparks, questioning him about the Science, Spirituality and Politics of extra terrestrials. A few other challenging questions are thrown into the mix. UFOs predicted over Moscow and London in January 2011

ONe mile wide Pyramid UFO allegedly hovers over Kremlin on December 9, 2009

Stanley Fulham, a retired NORAD officer, has been given further predictions concerning the appearance of extraterrestrial spacecraft/UFOs over major world cities. In an alleged communication with a group of extraterrestrials called the “Transcendors” he was recently told that extraterrestrial vehicles will first appear in early January 2011 over Moscow and then one week later over London. Fulham’s latest set of predictions are noteworthy since he successfully predicted UFOs over New York City on October 13, 2010. Shortly after the UFOs appeared, the FAA Westbury radar facility responsible for three major airports in New York City was evacuated for an hour leading to flight delays/cancellations at La Guardia, Newark and JFK airports. According to a reliable source, similar radar disruptions occurred at a major Chinese airport in the region of Hangzhou in July 2010 after UFOs appeared, leading once again to flights being delayed/cancelled for an hour. If UFOs do appear over Moscow and/or London in early January 2010, any flight disruptions at nearby airports will help confirm whether or not Fulham’s predictions are accurate.

Fulham’s latest prediction was given to him soon after the UFO appearance over New York City on October 13. This is what Fulham said:

In my last ‘Reading’ with the Transcendors on Tuesday, October 2010, the Transcendors advised me of the following predictions on the Pleiadian’s UFO displays: A. There will be a major UFO display over Moscow between the end of the first part of January 2011 and the second week of January 2011. B. This ‘display’ will be followed by a major display over London approximately seven days later. C. Interventions will then accelerate, not so much over our cities, but dispersed over our continents with sightings increasing in duration. The intent of these interventions is to increase mankind’s acceptance of the alien phenomena, so that hopefully, we will be prepared to accept a face-to-face encounter and communicate, perhaps as early as next year (2011).

During the October 13 UFO sighting in New York City, the media was quick to attribute the sighting to party balloons launched from a nearby Mt Vernon elementary school around 1 pm. This was despite the fact that the UFOs were first sighted in the morning of October 13, and continued throughout the day. Most remarkably, the FAA radar facility was evacuated later in the day due to an apparent gas leak that led to temporary airport closings at La Guardia, Newark and JFK. The FAA explanation was likely a cover story that attempted to hide any possible link between the temporary radar disruption and the UFO appearance.

On July 7, 2010, similar circumstances happened at a major Chinese airport in the Hangzhou region when a UFO appeared nearby. According to a reliable source, the UFO directly interfered with the airport radar system closing the airport temporarily and leading to the re-routing of flights. This is what Neil Gould begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting from Exopolitics Hong Kong had to say about his source concerning the Hangzhou UFO incident.

A reliable Source which must remain anonymous has said that the UFO was first noticed by an airline but prior to being reported, the radar in the control tower suffered temporary failure.

If a UFO does appear over Moscow, it will not be the first time in recent history. On December 9, 2009, one day before President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, a one mile UFO pyramid allegedly hovered over the Kremlin for several hours. The UFO appeared to be related to a mysterious spiral that appeared shortly before over Norwegian skies.

According to a confidential source, a Russian submarine had earlier fired missiles at the spiral in order to prevent UFOs/extraterrestrial vehicles coming through it. If the spiral was in fact some kind of stargate/dimensional portal for extraterrestrial vehicles, then the appearance of the one mile wide pyramid UFO over the Kremlin was likely a show of force to send a strong message to Russian leaders about the folly of firing missiles in the vicinity of extraterrestrial vehicles. If Fulham is correct in his Moscow UFO prediction, it will be interesting to see the response of Russian leaders.

Fulham’s successful October 13 prediction of UFOs over New York has gained the attention of this writer and many others given the rare success of such predictions. The fact that New York’s three major metropolitan airports were temporarily closed during the UFO appearance, as happened earlier in the July 7 incident in Hangzhou China, does suggest a relationship between UFO sightings and radar operations. If UFOs do appear over Moscow and London in early January 2011, one way to confirm that they are extraterrestrial in origin is whether nearby airports in Moscow and London are affected in some way. One thing is certain. Fulham will gain even more global attention if his latest predictions prove to be accurate.

Is FAA covering up flight delays due to New York UFO sighting?

FAA Westbury Radar Facility was evacuated during October 13 UFO New York sighting.

On October 13, 2010 several dozen UFOs were sighted over Manhattan, New York City. Reports of the sightings began from around 1:30 pm and lasted into late Wednesday afternoon. On being approached by several news media for comment, the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) first reported nothing appeared on their radar. When it was later learned that a school in nearby Mt Vernon had released several party balloons in the sky, many media sources claimed the mystery behind the New York UFOs was solved. What media sources covering the New York UFO sightings failed to mention was that from 6:45 pm of the same day (October 13), the FAA had closed down air operations at New York’s three airports for about an hour.

The FAA claimed that the flight delays were due to a “gas smell” from the FAA radar facility in Westbury that handles New York City flights. According to an Associated Press story on the mysterious gas smell, it led to the radar facility being closed and the evacuation of radar technicians. What’s more likely is that the FAA closed its radar facility and delayed flights due to the UFOs hovering at the time over Manhattan. More importantly, the UFOs may have interfered in some way with the radar equipment. If so, then it appears that the FAA is covering up the true significance of UFOs witnessed over New York City.

Here’s what Jim Peters, an FAA spokesperson, first said when asked about the UFO sightings over Manhattan.

We re-ran radar to see if there was anything there that we can’t account for but there is nothing in the area…. There was some helicopter traffic over the river at that time and we checked with LaGuardia Tower. And they said they had nothing going low at that time…. Nothing that we can account for would prompt this kind of response.”:

Peters went on to claim, “if it was a weather balloon or any kind of organized balloon release, authorities should have been notified in advance. Police officials said they had received no notification.”

While the FAA was denying any significance to the New York UFO story, an Associated Press story revealed that New York’s three major airports had been disrupted during the UFO sighting. The official cause for the disruption was the “smell of gas” at the radar facility handling all three major airports that led to its brief evacuation. Here’s what the AP reported

Authorities say the radar facility that handles all arrivals and departures for New York City’s three major airports was briefly evacuated after the smell of gas was reported. Flights were being delayed. Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Jim Peters says the facility in Westbury was evacuated as a precaution at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday. A handful of air traffic controllers remained behind. He says other staff members were cleared to return about an hour later. But he says the evacuation led to residual delays at LaGuardia, Kennedy and Newark airports. The FAA’s website says departures at LaGuardia were delayed up to an hour. It wasn’t immediately clear how many flights were affected.

The one hour closure of air operations at New York’s three airports together with the evacuation of the radar facility during the appearance of UFOs over Manhattan may simply be an extraordinary coincidence. What’s far more likely, however, is that the FAA is covering up the true significance of the UFOs sighted on October 13, and how the UFOs led to flight delays for three major airports, and even interfered with the FAA’s radar facility in a way that led to its closure. This has many parallels with recent airport closings in China where radar operations were disrupted by UFOs.

The likelihood that the FAA is covering-up the significance of the UFOs leads to serious doubt over the party balloons explanation now being circulated by the mass media as to what appeared over New York City. The New York Post , Fox News and other media sources have all claimed the UFOs were balloons released by children at a nearby school in Mt Vernon. A Youtube video reveals that about a dozen party balloons were accidently released around midday for a birthday celebration.

The party balloon explanation is however very unlikely given the time involved between initial and later reports. Even though the New York UFO sightings were first officially reported at 1:30 pm, shortly after the accidental Mt Vernon party balloon release, witnesses described seeing the UFOs as early as 9:30 am on October 13, and that they numbered as many as 50. Also, the closure of the New York radar facilities and flight delays began at 6:45 pm. Up to this time, UFOs were being sighted and filmed by New York residents. Could a dozen party balloons hover for more than five hours over Manhattan after first drifting down from nearby Mt Vernon, and remain stationary over NYC? More importantly, could party balloons have mysteriously contributed to the evacuation of the Westbury radar facility, and flight delays for up to an hour at three major airports?

The party balloon explanation falls apart at closer examination. It nevertheless appears to have been quickly accepted by the mass media in what appears to be an officially sanctioned attempt to cover up the truth behind the New York UFO sightings. This leads to the most plausible explanation that the UFOs were intelligently controlled objects that caused problems with the Westbury radar facility. This led to flight delays at New York’s three major airports. This seems to be a similar series of events as occurred earlier this year at several Chinese airports after UFO sightings. Most significantly, what happened over New York’s skies vindicates the October 13 prediction made four months earlier by a retired NORAD officer that extraterrestrial vehicles would begin appearing over major world cities as the first step in a process to prepare humanity for the truth that we are not alone.

Retired NORAD officer accurately predicts UFO appearances over major cities

On October 13, several dozen UFOs were sighted over New York City. The sightings began around midday and lasted until early evening. They were sighted by hundreds, and filmed by witnesses and television crews. Multiple videos of the UFOs have been broadcast. There was no official comment from government authorities over the source of the UFOs that maintained a steady position for hours on end. The FAA said nothing showed up on radar and it had no advance reports of balloons being launched in the area. The October 13 sighting would be like so many other unexplained UFO sightings over major cities, except for one notable exception. Stanley A. Fulham, a retired NORAD officer, actually predicted October 13 as the date that extraterrestrial visitors would appear as the initial step in a process to educate the world public that we are not alone. Astonishingly, his prediction was validated by the mass UFO sighting in New York, as well as in other major cities. Could the New York UFO sighting on October 13 be the first step in extraterrestrials indisputably revealing themselves to the world public as Fulham claims?

Fulham first made his prediction in a Youtube video posted on June 26, 2010. The prediction was elaborated upon in a Press Release that appeared on September 13:

Stanley A. Fulham, tentatively predicts October 13, 2010 as the date for a massive UFO display over the world’s principal cities. According to the author [Fulham], the aliens will neither land nor communicate on that date…

In an interview on his website, Fulham explains more about the October 13 date as the first in a series of steps to prepary humanity for overt extraterrestrial intervention in 2015:

The aliens’ UFO display on 13 October 2010 is a tentative date. The aliens function with their Free Will and Choice and may determine that the conditions on Earth are so bad with the earth changes and the world’s economic and financial collapse that their intervention at that critical time would collapse humanity in massive panic, fear and confusion. If so, it will only be a temporary postponement of their intervention because their UFO display is only the initial step in preparing people for their intervention, possibly in 2015, without creating massive fear and panic.

There has been a succession of past predictions concerning UFOs showing up on specific dates to demonstrate the reality of extraterrestrials visiting our world. One of the most prominent was an Australian psychic, Blossum Goodchild, who predicted October 14, 2008 as the date that UFOs would show up. Given the dismal track record of prior UFO predictions demonstrating the existence of extraterrestrial life, this writer like many others, did not get too excited by Fulham’s October 13 prediction. Furthermore, when it became clear that Fulham’s prediction derived in part from the alleged channeling of extraterrestrials he calls the “Transcendors”, that made it even less appealing.

The spectacular October 13 sighting of up to several dozen UFOs over New York city, as well as independent UFOs sightings in San Francisco, Seattle, Orlando, Puerto Rico, and Malaysia is partial vindication for Fulham’s prediction. Though he pointed out that “the aliens will neither land nor communicate on that date,” the consequences of the mass UFO sightings are not what Fulham predicted in his Press Release. He said that the mass UFO sightings will “occur this year, in what will surely be one of the great dramas of our galaxy, the introduction of their alien civilizations and technologies to mankind. We are not alone, and our world will have changed forever.” However, what was sighted and filmed in New York was hardly indisputable proof of extraterrestrial life. The objects were distant lights that held a steady position for hours on end. This would rule out the idea that they were helium party balloons as claimed by students from one school in nearby Mt Vernon. The opinion of many observers was that the objects were not balloons, aircraft or stars, and were in fact UFOs of some kind. But that is a long way from saying that the UFOs were indisputable proof of extraterrestrial life.

Fulham’s prediction made clear that the October 13 sighting would be the first in a series culminating in an overt intervention by 2015. Perhaps, he was referring to the consequences of later UFO sightings in the series in his Press Release. More information about the series and his predicted extraterrestrial intervention by 2015 is found iin his book, Challenges of Change, and on his website. So we are likely to have more predictions from Fulham in the months and years ahead about mass UFO sightings he claims will culminate in an overt extraterrestrial intervention by 2015. At the very least, Fulham has gotten the attention of many who did not give much thought to his October 13 prediction. We will certainly pay closer attention the next time he predicts UFOs appearing in a process that indisputably demonstrates the existence of extraterrestrial life.

Mystery behind initial report of UN Liaison for Extraterrestrial First Contact

On Sept 26, I reported on a breaking story that at an upcoming Royal Society conference, the head of the United Nations Office of Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), Dr Mazlan Othman, was to reveal how the UN was preparing to appoint her to be the First Contact liaison with extraterrestrial life. The story was first reported by Jonathan Leake, the Science Editor for The Sunday Times, and was picked up my multiple international mainstream media sources including the Sunday Telegraph and The Australian. The Guardian newspaper was eventually able to get in touch by email with Othman to confirm Leake’s story and she replied: “It sounds really cool but I have to deny it.” In addition to Othman’s email, when business opened on Monday, Fox News was able to get in touch with Jamshid Gaziyev, a UN spokesperson who described the story as “nonsense.” The question that remains to be answered is why did the Science Editor of a major British newspaper write about the UN appointing a First Contact liaison with extraterrestrials if there was no substance to it?

First let’s begin with what Leake wrote in his September 26 story, “If Mars attacks, she’s our leader“:

… the UN is set to select an obscure Malaysian astrophysicist who is head of its little-known Office for Outer Space Affairs (Unoosa). Mazlan Othman will describe her potential new role next week at a scientific conference at the Royal Society’s Kavli conference centre in Buckinghamshire.

The conference Leake is referring to is titled: “Towards a scientific and societal agenda on extra-terrestrial life” scheduled to take place on October 4-5. The conference webpage says: “With a mix of invited talks and panel debates, we particularly look into the detection of life, the communication with potential extra-terrestrial civilizations, the implications for the future of humanity, and the political processes that are required.” This is what Leake went on to say about what Othman was set to announce at the conference:

She will tell delegates that the recent discovery of hundreds of planets around other stars has made the detection of extraterrestrial life more likely than ever before – and that means the UN must be ready to co-ordinate humanity’s response to any “first contact”.

What was the basis for Leake’s comments about Othman’s upcoming talk? This is what he wrote:

The Sunday Times has obtained a recording of a talk Othman gave recently to fellow scientists in which she said: “The continued search for extraterrestrial communication, by several entities, sustains the hope that some day humankind will receive signals from extraterrestrials. When we do, we should have in place a coordinated response that takes into account all the sensitivities related to the subject. The UN is a ready-made mechanism for such co-ordination.”

From the recorded talk, it’s safe to conclude that Othman believes that the UN ought to “have in place a coordinated response” to the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Leake goes on to write:

As director of Unoosa, she has developed policies on issues raised by advances in space technology, such as how humanity should respond to the discovery of asteroids and comets found to be on a collision course with Earth. The same thinking lies behind her proposals for dealing with the discovery of alien life.

So what proposals is Leake referring to here? He doesn’t explain what these are and how he learned of them, but he nevertheless elaborates on what the UN is planning.

Her plans to make her department the co-ordinating body for dealing with alien encounters will be debated by UN scientific advisory committees and should eventually reach the body’s general assembly.

In contrast, according to Gaziyev, the UN spokesperson, Othman’s forthcoming conference presentation would: “discuss the problems posed by “space debris mitigation, near-Earth objects (asteroids) and the coordination mechanism for the use of space technology in the United Nations system.” That’s surprising given the theme of the conference and the panel Othman was set to appear on: “Extra-terrestrial life and arising political issues for the UN agenda.” It is sensible given the alleged recorded talk by Othman that Leake said the Sunday Times has and he cited, that Othman is at the very least interested in the UN having “in place a coordinated response” to the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Is the UN playing damage control on what Othman was likely to discuss at a Royal Society conference addressing exo-political issues confronting the UN with the inevitable discovery of extraterrestrial life?

Of course, we know now that a UN spokesperson dismissed the First Contact ET liaison story as nonsense, as did Othman. So the question is why did Leake publish a story that both Mazlan Othman and the UN would quickly repudiate? Why did he write about Othman’s “proposals for dealing with the discovery of alien life” and her “plans to make her department the co-ordinating body for dealing with alien encounters.” Did he infer, fabricate or was he tipped off concerning these “proposals” and “plans”? Was he acting alone or was he acting on behalf of others in preempting or sabotaging what Othman was planning to say at the upcoming Royal Society conference? There is a lot of mystery behind Leake’s initial report given his very responsible position as the Science Editor for a major UK newspaper.

Whatever the answer to the above questions and unsolved mystery behind Leake’s initial report, one thing is clear, leading scientists from around the world will travel next week to the Royal Society to discuss the political and social consequences of the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Most importantly, Othman will be there to provide insight into the role of the UN in coordinating international responses to the issues being discussed. Perhaps she’ll focus on space rocks hitting the Earth as the UN spokesperson said. Or perhaps she’ll open up and discuss the UN having “in place a coordinated response” to the discovery of extraterrestrial life as Leake suggested. We’ll find out shortly. While the conference is now filled,, I’ve been informed by organizers that sessions will be digitally recorded for audio and video release through the Royal Society website.

Key Latino leader endorses Initiative 300 – the ET Affairs Commission

Toronto September 24 2010  (ZNN) ZlandCommunications has learned from its sources in Denver Colorado that Ms. Veronica Barela, CEO and Executive Director of NEWSED , a major community development organization, has endorsed Initiative 300.

 In her recent public statement Ms. Barela said, “I support Initiative 300 to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission and I encourage people to vote yes.” NEWSWED also organizes the Cinco de Mayo celebration in Civic Center Park which draws around 300,000 people.

A Denver Post article by John Moore on June 24, 2010, called Ms. Barela “Denver’s West Side power broker”. The article quoted Denver councilwoman Judy Montero as saying “I also think it’s healthy that everyone listens to her.” Political candidates and parties, especially, will find it healthy to listen to Veronica about Initiative 300.

The obvious reason is that Latinos account for about 30% of the Denver population over age 18 who are eligible to vote. Less obvious is that Democratic and Republican political leaders have had similar views on the issue of UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.

 These include Presidents Kennedy, Carter, and Reagan, along with Hillary Clinton and John Podesta. They have either reported seeing UFOs or sought public disclosure of government files on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.

While in some political quarters it may be considered ‘risky’ for civic leaders like Ms. Barela to come forward on such a controversial issue, it is indeed indicative of the growing level of acceptance given to the UFO/ET issue in America today.

Veronica Barela will also be urging voters to read the eight-page Initiative 300 voter education newspaper. In the Denver Post article, Montero added, “If you choose to believe that you can make your block better, your neighborhood better, your world better — then Veronica is a shining example that you can.”

Jeff Peckman co-ordinator of the Extra Campaign that is sponsoring Initiative 300 said in a statement to ZlandCommunications, “We at the Extra Campaign are extremely grateful and thrilled about Veronica Barela’s support for Initiative 300. We did not even have to ask for her support. She is an extraordinary human being with tremendous passion and vision who just saw the opportunity to do another great thing for humanity like so many other things she has done.  Having her endorsement is a huge boost to disclosure of evidence about extraterrestrial visitors.  Her well known influence within Denver’s Latino community is considerable but she will attract other non-Latino key supporters as well before election day.”

Princeton University has just announced a “Planets and Life” Certificate program in astrobiology that offers students an interdisciplinary approach to the possibility of extraterrestrial life existing throughout the universe. Astrobiology, or ‘exobiology’ as it first developed, is a scientific discipline that by definition is interested in the biology of life beyond our planet. Astrobiology is attracting growing student and scientific attention due to the ongoing discovery of exoplanets. A recent announcement from scientists working on the Kepler Space Telescope that rocky earth-like planets are more prevalent than gas giants such as Jupiter and Saturn, has fueled scientific speculation that suitable life-bearing conditions are far more common than previously thought. This has led to the realization that due to the advanced age of some solar systems, older and more advanced intelligent life very likely can be found elsewhere in the galaxy. Astrobiology conferences organized by the Vatican’s Pontifical Academy of Science in November 2009, and the Royal Society of London in January 2010 began the task of exploring the implications of extraterrestrial life found elsewhere in the galaxy. According to the Planets and Life Certificate program Director, Astrophysics Professor Adam Burrows, “Biology is experiencing a great renaissance … there are a lot of people making this the focus of their scientific work … It’s the fastest growing field in astronomy.”

The student body at Princeton, a private university that relies on student tuition for operational expenses, was a key factor in the development of the Life and Planets astrobiology program. It was students who had earlier completed one of the courses taught by evolutionary biology professor Laura Landweber, that formed an Astrobiology Club and pushed for the creation of the certificate program. Professor Landweber’s course, AST 255 “is an introduction to astrobiology and explores topics like the origin of life on Earth and the possibility of extraterrestrial life on Mars and Europa, one of Jupiter’s moons.” Clearly, the question of life on Mars and elsewhere in our solar system is something that continues to inspire keen student interest.

A key aspect of the new astrobiology program is that it will be interdisciplinary. According to the Princeton University News Release, the program allows “students to take cognate courses in nine departments: astrophysics, chemistry, ecology and evolutionary biology, geosciences, molecular biology, mechanical and aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, chemical and biological engineering, and computer science.” Noticeably missing from the list of departments are the social sciences of political science and sociology.

Most recently, Professor Stephen Hawking, a member of the Royal Society of London that sponsored the January 2010 astrobiology conference, took scientific speculation on extraterrestrial life to its logical conclusion by introducing political and sociological questions. He asked what would they be like in terms of their motivations, and would their political agenda involve resource acquisition to the degree that they might threaten the earth? Hawking’s introduction of political and sociological questions to the study of extraterrestrial life is part of the nascent field of exopolitics which has yet to be formally acknowledged by Princeton or any other university. While Princeton’s astrobiology certificate for the moment emphasizes the natural sciences in its interdisciplinary program, it’s hard to justify the exclusion of exopolitical questions when the world’s foremost astrophysicist, Stephen Hawking, is explicitly raising such questions. Princeton University is to be congratulated for creating a pioneering interdisciplinary certificate program in the growing field of astrobiology. With time, however, the program will need to expand its certificate program in order to systematically address exopolitical questions, that cannot and should not be excluded from an interdisciplinary study of extraterrestrial life in the Galaxy.

Hiding the truth in plain sight – Hollywood’s coverage of extraterrestrial visitation

On Monday night, September 20, NBC premieres its new show – The Event. The Event is a high powered television mini-series that shows a black U.S. President who is given possession of a highly classified file about a program that he officially had not been made aware by his national security officials. In the NBC trailer (see below), he has a confrontation with his CIA Director, who informs the President that only those with a need-to-know were informed about the classified program. The President declares to the CIA Director that by virtue of the office of the President, he has need-to-know. The President learns that the program involves 97 prisoners or mysterious ‘others’ being held in a secure facility in Alaska. He travels there to meet them and their leader. He then announces a major Press Conference and a failed assassination attempt then ensues. While the NBC trailer of The Event does not explicitly mention the ‘others’ as extraterrestrials, the context does point firmly in that direction.

A number of UFO researchers claim inside knowledge of who the ‘others’ being held in Alaska are. Larry Lowe, a veteran UFO researcher, claims: “I can assure you that the viewer will be treated to the unprecedented visualization of the President of the United States finally admitting to the public that ET exists—and that some of them look a lot like us and are here on the planet already.” We will have to watch the series to learn who the ‘others’ are and what The Event is all about. If it is about an officially sanctioned UFO cover-up, the Event would be the latest in a long line of Hollywood productions that hides the truth about extraterrestrial visitation in plain sight. Putting the truth out in the open through various movies and television series makes the public aware of a possible official cover-up of extraterrestrial life while simultaneously making it appear to be science fiction.

Hiding the truth in plain sight is not limited to Hollywood and the entertainment industry putting out movies like Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Star Trek, The Day the Earth Stood Still; or television series such as X-Files, Stargate SG-1, Battlestar Galactica, and most recently V. There has been a decades long series of testimonies by whistleblowers from the government, military and corporate sectors; and leaked official documents that all point to secret government and corporate involvement with an extraterrestrial presence. Such testimonies and documents typically suffer from the same mix of a lack of supporting hard evidence, inconsistencies in whistleblower testimonies, and even character flaws making it all hard to accept. This is despite the obvious sincerity of those disseminating the information who are typically convinced of its earth shaking significance. Many of these testimonies and documents ultimately find their way to a Hollywood scriptwriter who puts out another compelling movie/TV series that many believe must be close to the truth, but which skeptics can easily dismiss as science fiction. If an observer from another world visited our planet, they would be intrigued at how well the truth about extraterrestrial visitation is hidden in plain sight.

Unraveling the truth about extraterrestrial visitation, government, military and corporate cover-ups, and the extent to which Hollywood and the entertainment industry is involved is no easy task. Fortunately, some do specialize in exposing the link between Hollywood and extraterrestrial visitation. Paola Harris holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has been researching UFOs for over 30 years. She has written a series of books detailing the testimonies of many of the hundreds of whistleblowers and witnesses she has personally interviewed. Some of their testimonies reveal the very important role played by Hollywood in hiding the truth in plain sight. In an online course titled “The Role of Hollywood and the Media in the Disclosure Process,” Ms Harris reveals how Hollywood and the entertainment industry is gradually preparing the public for the truth about extraterrestrial life. If you want to learn what The Event is and who are the mysterious ‘others’ held secretly in Alaska, then tune in to NBC on Monday at 9 pm EDT. If The Event does indeed feature a black President officially announcing the existence of extraterrestrial visitors that look just like us, then Hollywood may finally go a step beyond hiding the truth in plain sight, and be actually preparing us for an impending government disclosure of the truth.

UFO Uprising concert in Denver coincides with extraterrestrial Ballot Initiative

On October 2, the popular British Rock group Muse travels to Denver for a concert that is part of their North American Resistance Tour. Muse is best known for its number one hit Uprising and other songs featuring themes of revolutionary change, ending UFO secrecy, and government mind control. In their recent two night concert stint in Wembley, England before a combined audience of 150,000, a giant UFO appeared as a prop with Muse singing Exo-gensis from their 2009 Resistance album. Muse’s Resistance Tour arrives in Denver during a truly revolutionary event. The proposed creation of an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission through a ballot initiative officially titled Initiative 300. The brainchild of Denver City resident Jeff Peckman, Initiative 300 aims to educate the citizens of Denver about issues concerning extraterrestrial life. Debate about Peckman’s Extraterrestrial Commission heats up around the same time as Muse’s Resistance Tour hits town to inspire a North American uprising against UFO secrecy.

Muse is a three person rock band with a number of songs referring to government secrecy over UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The most explicit was titled exo-politics and featured on their 2006 album, Black Holes and Revelations. The exo-politics song featured lyrics about a false flag operation where the government would imitate the Zeta, extraterrestrials from Zeta Reticulum, in a staged invasion.

When the Zetas fill the skies
it’s just our leaders in disguise
fully loaded satellites
will conquer nothing but our minds. (Exo-politics)

Such a scenario is not far fetched as evidenced by Dr Carol Rosin who has claimed that a staged alien invasion was privately revealed to her by Dr Wernher Von Braun shortly before his death in 1977. According to Rosin, Von Braun warned that an extraterrestrial invasion would be staged after a shadowy transnational governmental corporate group had exhausted other threats to manipulate the world public. These were successively international communism, rogue nations, global terrorism, and asteroids.

In its latest album, Resistance, Muse advocates full scale uprising against government institutions hiding the truth behind UFOs and its nefarious mind control activities. The lyrics in its number one hit single Uprising, which won an MTV award for special effects on Sept 11, 2010, says it all:

Another, packaged lie to keep us trapped in greed
And all the, Green belts wrapped around our minds
And endless, red tape to keep the truth confined
(so come on)
They will not force us
They will stop degrading us
They will not control us
We will be victorious
so come on

Muse’s popularity and influence as a cultural force can’t be underestimated. The revealing lyrics and revolutionary fervor have hit a chord with a generation of youth disenchanted with government lies over UFOs and mind control to dampen down public awareness. With over 350,000 followers on Twitter, Muse could easily inspire the revolutionary fervor featured in its song lyrics.

Peckman’s (exopolitical) approach is less confrontational than Muse’s clarion call of revolutionary uprising against a global system designed to keep the public in the dark about the truth behind UFOs and mind control. Peckman wants to begin with a modest educational reform program led by local governments in control of Extraterrestrial Affairs Commissions. He has created an eight page education ‘newspaper’ that will printed for mass public distribution during the run up to the November 2010 election. In it he cites a book by  Michael Luckman, Alien Rock: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Extraterrestrial Connection, that reveals how earlier rock stars such as Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson were strong supporters of government coming clean about the extraterrestrial origins of UFOs. Luckman’s book  goes into great detail into why Presley, Jackson along with John Lennon, David Bowie and other rock stars became fascinated by UFOs and the extraterrestrial issue. Peckman designed his extraterrestrial initiative (officially called Initiative 300) so it wouldn’t cost Denver tax payers a dime. Still, opponents with the help of the mainstream media are distorting the intent behind Peckman’s Initiative 300, and claiming the City of Denver can’t afford such a Commission in the present economic climate.

Despite strident opposition from skeptics and even some UFO groups, Peckman succeeded in getting his initiative on to the November elections ballot. If the initiative is passed, the resulting Denver Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission will spark a series of similar local government initiatives. While the odds have been against him from the start, Peckman’s muses have smiled upon him so far. Muse’s Denver Resistance concert comes just in time for Peckman’s ballot efforts, and may kickstart a real UFO uprising!

Exopolitics Hong Kong Attends Cseti Event with Dr Greer.

I decided to join Dr Greer in France where the next Cseti workshop was being held; a human initiated ET contact event. Galactic Diplomacy was the final qualifier in receiving a Diploma in Exopolitics from the Exopolitics Institute’s Certification program [Dr Salla]. To ensure a safe and successful event, Cseti send all trainee “Ambassadors to the Universe” a briefing pack which includes several of Dr Greer’s books, the Cseti protocols and various DVD’s which show previous encounters during CE5 sessions. The protocols are designed so that participants behave in such a manner that prevents any injuries whilst working at night in remote locations. Above all, the protocols are designed to cope with procedures associated with an ET landing or invitations to board the ET craft.

Our venue was in Western France; the exact location kept secret till the last moment to prevent interruptions by either military operatives or curious towns folk. The day begins with Dr Greer’s remote viewing training. One of the attendees not only saw what Dr Greer had in his bag but told Dr Greer that it was his personal compass. Protocols were drummed in and our reading materials [hundreds of pages] discussed in great detail. That night we were given the location, a 2000 acre private estate belonging to a French Aristocrat who greeted us with great warmth as we passed by his 17 room Chateau on the way to the field.

At 9.30pm we formed our circle of chairs in the field as Dr Greer and his team set up their equipment; radars, cameras, lasers and magnetrons. Darkness arrived quite late at this latitude perhaps 10.30pm. Cseti Protocols were emphasized over and over.

• Light –Anything that returns a light signal is not a Star or Aircraft
• Sound –Tones from crop circles or landing sites over radio; acts as signature card
• Thought –Coherent Thought Sequencing after meditation; guided experience, send out thoughts on location as a beacon; guide the Ets to our location.

Dr Greer began to broadcast various tones [Fibonacci numbers and the Cseti logo in digital coding] into outer space. The professionalism of the Cseti team, Linda Willits, Emery and others was amazing. Each had their eyes on the equipments awaiting an ET “lock on”. Radars were set in place, lasers affixed to predetermined stars and a magnetron surrounded by a bank of cameras; some with a slow shutter speed were all set to go.

Dr Greer led an emotional prayer to Gaia apologizing for the way man behaves in relation to the planet; yet Dr Greer asked for forgiveness to those associated with the Majestic control group, praying that they will see the light. This was followed by a meditation which helped the group enter a slightly altered state of mind. Coherent thought sequencing protocols to communicate with the Ets using coherent mind transmissions, just as a laser puts out coherent light [concentrated light]. The group was trained to mentally depart from our spectrum of physicality and use thought to act as a beacon to guide the Ets to our location using coherent consciousness. The mind shifts from the physical and material spectrum and into the finer sub-electromagnetic field. It is non local and allows instantaneous communication via thought; sometimes referred to as remote viewing.

Glowing orbs began to appear spontaneously and Dr Greer and his team were able to spot many more dashing between the trees. Some participants were frustrated at not being able to see some of these orbs due to the vast 360 degree field of vision. A beam of light came out of nowhere and appeared in the southern quadrant outside the circle. The radars activated and then Dr Greer began to speak. Each time Dr Greer decided on the implementation of further protocols the radars would bleep twice; it was clear to all that two bleeps signaled a “yes”. Over the next few days the activities intensified, a craft flew high overhead at great speed then blinked out. Some said it was a meteor but the Ets had their way of telling you otherwise; a second craft appeared in the same location but flew slower in the shape of the number 9. This number was significant because it was a number central to a crop circle shape that we had all signaled to the Ets during our remote viewing workshop. Dr Greer asked the Ets to materialize, only if it was safe to do so; mindful of his previous encounters when the secret government had used electromagnetic pulse weapons to scare off or harm the Ets and prevent a full CE5. Those who could use their soft eyes technique could see Ets glimmering just below the crossing point of light. Dr Greer compared the challenge to a layman looking down a microscope at a slide containing tissue or blood. It would seem chaotic to most of us yet to the professionals there would be entropy or organization within the patterns. The Ets wary of not scaring the participants triggered the flashing of a car’s headlights. Some of the participants thought that someone had sat on their car keys. The Ets then did the impossible, they caused the inside cabin lights to flash but not the headlights.

The final night had amazing events in store for all, including Dr Greer. After conducting a Puja, the group was shown the shimmering outline of several 100ft discs materializing in the field only a few hundred feet from us. We had to use “soft eyes” to see them. The transdimensional craft had appeared below the crossing point of light; the sub- electromagnetic field. Dr Greer instructed us to remain seated as he approached the craft, his arms by his side with his hands in the open position, a protocol designed to show he was unarmed, welcoming and peaceful. He seemed to fade in and out of vision as he neared the craft; a bewildering moment. Dr Greer ordered us to follow, exercising the protocols and with our hearts in our mouths we walked through the etheric walls of the ship and stood huddled together inside. There was a strong smell of Rose oil and the temperature inside was at least 5 degrees or more higher than that of the cold farm field. The ship left us after 10 minutes causing problems with Dr Greer’s compass which could no longer focus on true magnetic north. It was now 180 degrees off its setting. The magnetron began buzzing and Dr Greer realized that a portal had opened from nowhere to the centre of his compass. Dr Greer was clearly stunned; this was a first for him as an ET heartbeat began pulsing through the portal. Dr Greer asked someone to time the beats which began at 80bpm rising to 108bpm.

The following day during the afternoon workshop one of the participants was somewhat freaked out by the phenomenon and was hastily assured that all was ok and encouraged to learn and understand more about what was actually happening. Another participant had felt the effects of the crafts electromagnetic field which had earlier on caused Dr Greer to go ataxic. Dr Greer had let out a scream which was echoed by the Ets. He explained that the associated effects from the electromagnetic field caused him to do so and described it as a sympathetic discharge.

At the end of the event, the following morning, I headed back to the train station so as to catch my flight home to Hong Kong. I shared a compartment with some of the participants one of whom was a pensioner who had saved up for a long time just to experience a CE5 or Close Encounter of the 5th Kind, human initiated ET contact. Some of the people had been compelled to come through dreams. By this time I had to stop taking in the information as it was becoming quite emotional, reminding me of my own experiences. I realized exactly what this event was all about. It was about those who could sense the other side of the veil and about those who could not sense anything due to their consciousness being anchored to the extreme density of this physical spectrum. There were those who expected to kick the tyres of the ET craft and those who understood that these craft are conscious and able to remain just outside of our spectrum of physicality. We were being invited to join stellar society but we have to make many changes to the integrity of this planet. We were being shown that the inhabited universe is peaceful, multidimensional, where consciousness exists within a non linear paradigm. Galactic Diplomacy is already part of the Exopolitical field of study. Mankind is fast approaching the veil of truth, a crumbling jail wall that will soon let in the light that this planet needs so badly.

Famed researcher of human extraterrestrial contact passes away

The world’s foremost authority on alleged cases of direct human contact with extraterrestrial life passed away on Tuesday, September 7 at the age of 87. Lt Colonel Wendelle Stevens (ret. USAF) first became involved in the UFO issue back in the summer of 1947 when he was assigned by the U.S. Army/Air Force to Anchorage, Alaska. He was part of a classified project involving data collection of UFO sightings in the Arctic Circle. He was involved in debriefing pilots who witnessed UFOs landing on Arctic ice fields, and passing along radar, film and photographic evidence to more senior Air Force authorities. What he learned during his classified duties impressed him enough for his interest in UFOs to become a life long passion. After his retirement in 1963 as a Lt Colonel, Stevens dedicated his time to researching claims of extraterrestrial contact from around the world. He traveled to many countries to learn at first hand whether individual claims of extraterrestrial contact were genuine. Along the way, he amassed the world’s largest private collection of photos, testimonies and files concerning alleged claims of human extraterrestrial contact.

The cases that most interested Col Stevens were those involving human looking extraterrestrials that interacted with private citizens in a respectful peaceful way. In contrast to the many horror stories churned out by many UFO abduction researchers, Col Stevens emphasized the peaceful respectful aspects of human extraterrestrial contact. At the 2006 “Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace Conference”, he elaborated on the many aspects of human extraterrestrial contact that were peaceful, and he had great optimism for humanity’s future as a result. He was a signatory and enthusiastic supporter of the unique consensus document that emerged from the conference titled: “Hawaii Declaration on Peaceful Relations with Extraterrestrial Civilizations.”

I got to know Col Stevens best when we traveled together as part of a small group of five researchers to Japan for a three city extraterrestrial conference tour in October 2007. He impressed me with his razor sharp mind and great attention to detail with the many UFO/contactee cases he had researched during his six decades of interest in the field. His passion for the UFO field led to him maintaining a remarkable intellectual vitality and youthfulness despite his advanced years and declining health. His greatest contribution lies in making available to the general public a great number of little known human extraterrestrial contact cases that otherwise would have been lost. He transcribed interviews, translated foreign texts, edited material in a long series of books typically beginning with the title “UFO Contact from the …” Many of these are available online on a website maintained by his daughter Cece Stevens.

After decades of research sparked by his classified US Air Force work, there was no doubt in Col Stevens mind that humanity was being visited by extraterrestrial life. He knew from first hand experience that government authorities from around the world were secretly researching the evidence and covering up the true significance and origins of UFOs. He also learned that select government agencies preventing disclosure of extraterrestrial life would stop at nothing to maintain the secrets they had acquired.

Some of the better known books that Col Stevens edited/wrote included, Contact from the Pleiades (Bill Meier case); Contact from Andromeda (Prof Hernandez case); UFO Contact from Planet Korendor (the Bob Renard case) and many many more. Wisely, Col Stevens decided to hand over much of his private library to Open Minds TV so future researchers could have access to some of the most important UFO cases to yet be fully investigated.

Col Stevens compiled profiles of many extraterrestrial civilizations that had interacted with humanity from the testimonies of the different contactees. His most sincere hope was that when the right time had arrived, humanity would be able to learn the truth about the ethically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations that had interacted with multiple individuals. In the meantime, his mission was to keep in the public awareness a record of what had happened in these extraterrestrial contact cases despite secret government efforts to suppress this information.

Col Stevens legacy lives on in the books he wrote/edited, the photographic archive he created, and the hope he instilled that contact with ethically advanced extraterrestrials was a reality that would eventually transform human civilization for the better. His character and mission was the noblest among all the UFO researchers that I have had the honor of meeting. Bon voyage Col Stevens, while we will miss you on Earth, your life and spirit will carry you forth into a magnificent new journey to the stars.

Is Russia preparing for extraterrestrial disclosure?

In an extraordinary television interview, the Governor of the Russian Republic of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov who is also President of the World Chess Federation, claimed that in 1997 he was taken from his penthouse apartment on board an extraterrestrial vehicle. Ilyumzhinov claims that the extraterrestrials he met were humanoid and gave him a tour of their ship, and even took him to another world. According to Ilyumzhinov, his experience is backed by three witnesses who searched for him at his home after he had boarded the alien spaceship. Most revealing is that Ilyumzhinov appeared on Russia’s no.1 rated television station, Channel One, which is 51% controlled by the Russian government. The interviewer, Vladimir Pozner, began the segment with questions about Ilyumzhinov’s experience. This reveals that the host and producers knew in advance of what had happened, and wished to discuss it on air. Significantly, there was no censorship of Ilyumzhinov’s experience which was immediately made available on the Channel One website. At the very least, this signifies that the Russian government remains open to public debate on extraterrestrial life sparked by its most prominent television station. More importantly, the airing of Ilyumzhinov’s experience may signal a covert attempt by Russian officials to prepare its citizens for eventual public disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

In the interview, Ilyumzhinov described how he was woken from his sleep and exited his apartment through a balcony onto the waiting ship. He said:

In the evening I read a book, watched TV, and went to rest. And then, probably, fell asleep, and felt that the balcony opened and someone called. He came up, I looked – a kind of translucent half-pipe. I went into this tube and saw people in yellow spacesuits.

Ilyumzhinov went on to describe how the extraterrestrials took him on a tour of their vehicle. Then they claimed that they needed samples from another planet and took him with them before returning him safely to his apartment. Significantly, three witnesses can confirm Ilyumzhinov’s disappearance from his apartment. In the interview, Ilyumzhinov explained what happened:

I probably would not have believed in it, if there were not three witnesses – my driver, a minister, and my assistant, who arrived in the morning, and found that I was not there.  Things are in place, the balcony is open (it was the top floor). They looked around, began to call friends…. Then they sat in the kitchen, discussing where to call, where to contact – because the phone, the things are in place, the apartment was closed, but they had their own key. And then they see me coming out of the bedroom, guiding myself to the kitchen.… They say: “Where were you?”  Well, I replied as if normal: “Well, I flew. I was on a saucer.”  They were upset, and said: “We are asking you seriously.” And then I sat down, and began to reason logically. So for this time, for about an hour they were here, and I was not in the apartment. One was in the hall, I could not have passed him… Then for a few months they were in shock about this.

The prominent public airing of Ilyumzhinov’s experience led to Andrei Lebedev, a member of the Russian Parliament from the nationalist Liberal Democratic Party, asking President Medvedev to launch an official inquiry into the alleged alien contact. In his letter, Lebedev wrote:

I ask you to say if the head of Kalmykia has made an official report to the Russian presidency about his contacts with representatives of an alien civilisation. Is there an established procedure of informing about such contacts by high-ranking people who have access to secret information like Ilyumzhinov? And did he in the course of his seemingly innocent conversation disclose secret information?

Both Ilyumzhinov’s testimony and the official request by Lebedev for an official inquiry ensures continued public interest and scrutiny of the 1997 incident.

Ilyumzhinov’s testimony comes at a time of unprecedented public interest in UFOs and extraterrestrial life. British physicist Stephen Hawking on April 25 stated that it’s “perfectly rationall” to discuss intelligent extraterrestrial life and the political motivations of any civilization visiting Earth. In November 2009 and January 2010, both the Vatican and the Royal Society of London sponsored astrobiology conferences where the scientific and social implications of intelligent extraterrestrial life were discussed.

The way Ilyumzhinov was able to publicly share his experience on a Government controlled television station without any censorship suggests the tacit approval of senior Russian officials. His status as both a sitting Governor and President of the prestigious World Chess Federation ensured his testimony would get much public attention both in Russia and beyond. At the very least, Russia is displaying an extraordinary degree of public openness on UFOs and alien life by allowing elected officials to share their experiences. Alternatively, it is very possible that Russia is covertly preparing its citizenry for official disclosure of the existence of advanced extraterrestrial life.

Stuart Holroyd, an author with an interest in religion and mysticism; was persuaded by Scientist and Paranormal Investigator Andrija Puharij to bear witness to communications coming from Space Gods through psychic medium Phylis Schlemmer; to write this book as his assessment of these events.  Holroyd describes the contents of the communications whilst providing the reader with background information as to the states of mind, idiosyncrasies and the interactions between the three protagonists. 

This is a book about channeled communications from the Space Gods, known as the Council of Nine, who work through a transceiver to help mankind through a time of crisis during the 1970’s; preventing a nuclear war.  The communications center on three “chosen” people from vastly different backgrounds. They converged in 1974; Scientist – Andrija Puharij, Psychic – Phylis Schlemmer and a wealthy and flamboyant aristocrat with a passion for car racing – Sir John Whitmore.  Holroyd frequently interrupts his exciting narration with background information or logical argument challenging the credibility of the protagonists; the Council of Nine explains terrestrial politics, religion, pollution and our state of civilization. Holroyd weaves the political facts between the channeled information allowing the reader to make their own assessments. Credence and advocacy are reinforced with scientific and metaphysical comparisons from similar events which have occurred worldwide;

Holroyd provides several alternatives to the truth.   His introduction focus’s on the leading character, scientist Dr Andrija Puharij, who had made a lifetime study of the paranormal.  Puharij had brought Uri Geller to the USA for the purposes of studying him under laboratory conditions. Puharij reported effects such as telekinesis, teleportation and voices coming from Gellar’s head.  The reader is asked to choose between Puharij being hoodwinked by Geller, Puharij was lying or Puharij had simply gone mad. Ultimately the work of Puharij had left a scar on his scientific reputation.

Sir John Whitmore was the financier of the mission. Tall, athletic, blonde hair and bearded, a professional racing driver, country gentleman and International tycoon. Some people thought him crazy however Holroyd begs us to hold judgment until  later on in the book. The honor of being “chosen” cost Sir John a substantial portion of his patrimony.  Psychic Phylis Schlemmer is the medium channeling the messages from “Tom”, “head of the management” (Council of Nine). Using a Faraday Cage; 8×8 x12 feet, metal box lined with copper, Schlemmer would fall into a trance and begin transmitting Tom’s voice.  The copper line cage creates an electrical vacuum keeping out electromagnetic waves enabling clarity and privacy of transmission.  

Tom warns of the lurking dark forces, disembodied beings willing to steer the three towards the dark side should they not take care of themselves and each other. Phylis Schlemmer has since seen the collapse of her family life and former business interests.

Psychic investigator, Puharij traveled extensively reporting on cases including psychic surgery. The “Arigo” case in Brazil; Puharij met with a surgeon who would operate with a rusty knife, after a diagnosis of no more than two minutes. In 1952 a Dr Vinod visited Puharij at his research laboratory in Maine. This psychic and sage went into a trance and used a voice different to his own. The communications began with “We are the nine principles and forces…”  

These transmissions were never published and terminated when the attendant group split up.  Phyllis knew Puharij had investigated the healing work of Arigo and sent him Photos showing the results after her student Bobby had healed a blowtorch burn on the arm of a welder named Reg.  In 1974 Andrija met with Bobby and Phyllis. Bobby was regressed and an entity called “Corean” emerged through Bobby’s voice inspiring healing and warning of the problems facing the planet earth.  Puharij asked that Bobby should demonstrate his healing abilities at a public lecture, to cure someone who was in another city. Tom warned against any metal being near to Bobby, due to the high energy transmitted form the upper realms. The experiment came to a grinding halt after the apparatus exploded. Phylis had removed the steel zipper from Bobby’s pants and replaced it with a plastic one. She had failed to recognize the buttons on his clothes were metal covered in material. All were reprimanded by the entity for not having been more vigilant.  Bobby became emotionally unstable was unable to keep his commitment to the mission; his purpose was to show mankind the reality of paranormal healing.  Tom went on to explain that a landing would take place over a period of 9 days that was physical.  Beings would descend and be amongst men. Some would be teachers bringing new technologies to help deal with mans problems. The main purpose is to raise the vibration of the souls, to bring them out of darkness.

The Earth was described as a bottleneck for souls trapped in the density of this planet; the whole universe could be affected. Mission failure was not an option. Schlemmer had forgone her free will in a previous incarnation only to be returned after she had finished the job.  Tom exacted their location; the Zone of Cold. “We are beings of a higher frequency who intricately transform communication fields to a lower frequency”.

The Council’s nourishment is derived from Earth people doing good and spreading love.  Holroyd assures the reader that the content of the channeling was pure; not drawn from the conciousness by telepathy from Puharij to Schlemmer. How could Schlemmer know about Light fields and thought fields, the different kinds of electromagnetic energy and the organization of electrons in sub atomic space?  “All of you and all of us make God, an infinite intelligence supported by true love which grows with true love”.  The three are given their mission; to make a rather long and daunting trip across Scandinavia Turkey, Moscow Iran and Israel. At each location they were to meditate; the presence of the three would create an energy vortex to enable world leaders to come to agreements and prevent a nuclear war. To protect Kissinger from being assassinated as he flittered back and forth; the forces of good and bad played both sides  Holroyd challenges the content of the communications, parallels them with Gnosticism and Esotericism. Esotericism is known to its devotees as “Ageless Wisdom”, portions of which have been released to humanity from time to time through two main channels, authoresses

Helena Blavatsky and Alice A Bailey. Holroyd presents the case of “Charles” in the book by Brad Steiger “Revelation: the Divine Fire.  A case where an entity “Ishkomer” brings at similar dates with messages about the coming upheavals, spiritual guidance; that extra terrestrial interfered with the natural development of the species of man,  Only the most compelling and controversial footage was transcribed from hundreds of hours of tape describing how the three are told the truth about Atlantis; why Neanderthals died out and replaced by Homosapiens, matters on soul, birth, life and death.  Holroyd’s well-balanced account of these events end on a powerful note; perhaps guided by the Nine, explaining that it was too late for technology to save the planet; what one did in this life must be undone in the next,  to understand the necessity for the purification of this planet, the most beautiful and diverse in the universe. For if this planet is purified it will be the greatest paradise for all souls and set the Universe free.

Catchers of Heaven, Dr Michael Wolf

Catchers of Heaven, A trilogy written by Dr Michael Wolf, (Kruvant), born of Eastern European Jewish immigrants. He was abducted at 11 years old, (I was not where I was supposed to be and I was not where I was not supposed to be either) later to find out that his parents were abductees. Wolf was one of the foremost whistleblowers with regard to the UFO/ET phenomena within the secret government.

 Dr Wolf brings tremendous insight to the reader, as a member of the secret government, MJ12 and head of the Alphacom Team assigned to interface with the extraterrestrials and to find out more about them, their physiology, and purpose etc. Some of whom he worked with at secret bases in the USA. Dr Wolf’ explains how his education was part paid for by the CIA, since his early talents were recognized. He achieved an MD in Neurology, PHD in theoretical Physics (it was like entertaining god), a degree in computer science; he had flown missions in Vietnam as a flight surgeon and acted in a Frederico Felini film 81/2 as an extra.

He pioneered the Gateway treatment, the higher mental powers development project; a method that expanded the use of the mind (current use is 10 –15% of the brain neurons) thus giving “our side” greater advantage against “adversaries” . His bosses removed all traces of his education, something that is quite common where credible people have been exposed to Black Operations.

Dr Wolf explains how he decided to “tell it all”, after his wife and son Daniel were tragically killed in a car accident (terrorist attack) and Dr Wolf himself was hospitalized whilst in a 2-week coma. He began writing the book in 1953 and first published it in 1993.  . Having contracted cancer and having left his employ, he talks of no longer being able to obtain his life giving “honey”, and was on a slow road to death. With this in mind Dr Wolf began the tell all of his life from the days of study, when he would act as a courier to Eastern Europe on behalf of the CIA to his operational work which involved weapons technology, interaction with ET and the cloning of a human being (GI) called J.O.E whom he helped escape when it resisted an order to kill a dog. The genetic material was from Dr Wolf himself. Dr Wolf worked at S4.

At times, Wolf seems to slip in and out of reality as would happen to any cancer sufferer who undergoes the pain killing treatment with halucegenic drugs. However, he never strays from the high level of descriptive information and uses all the technical words, competently, thus giving credence to his testimony. ( wave particle duality, Fortran 77, DARPA, 130 SS-19s, MJ12SSG, Project Dart, underground facilities at Dulce, Viewtree mountain facility, Sandia National Labs in New Mexico, to name a few)

His goals are expressed at the introduction to the book; the study of a history of time in the universe; the natural laws and forces of the universe; an argument against the Big Bang Theory of creation of the universe; and an argument for a new Grand Unified Theory (GUT) of everything in the universe. This work describes the neighbors in the universe that have come to visit man and how they are able to get here – the nearest neighbor being thirty to thirty-two light years away; and why some of these neighbors chose to come to this planet (specifically those who have a interest, vested or invested, and those who are only tourists passing through).

Dr Wolf explains, “The extraterrestrials traverse the galaxy by manipulating space and time to pull their destination towards them. Time is reduced to zero, and acceleration is increased to infinity.”

The reader becomes aware of the extent that this government has hidden its ET technology which could advance science and prevent damage to the planet. Wolf discloses the existence of zero point energy, a free energy from the quantum vacuum of space which could set man free from his addiction to oil. A conflict is reported between the aliens and the military in which deaths occurred on both sides. The existence of bases where ET and humans work together is disclosed. When a dying man lays testimony to these revelations, with the proceeds of his book going to charity, it is hard to accuse Dr. Wolf of profiteering.

Dr Wolf’s pain never leaves the reader. His losses, his regret over his work for the secret government; his lost time away from his family especially his deceased son Daniel. Precious lost time that he could never retrieve. His absolution is obtained by his emphasis on unconditional love for others and a love for kids. Throughout the book, one feels Wolf’s desire to be reunited on the “other side” with his beloved family.
