NEW U.S. NAVY GUIDELINES FOR REPORTING UFOS

There is an important, welcome step forward towards de-stigmatizing UFOs and learning to relate more intelligently with this clearly intelligent and highly advanced technological phenomenon. I think that the briefings by To the Star Academy of Arts and Sciences and its vital sharing of credible information about this important matter were influential for Navy decision-makers to take this important step, and publicly revealing (as reported in POLITICO) that the U.S. Navy is drafting new guidelines for reporting UFOs.

On April 23, 2019, many of us who consider that we have entered since 2017 a new phase in UFO revelations happily received an article by Bryan Bender titled

“U.S. Navy drafting new guidelines for reporting UFOs”

The LINK to the article in POLITICO is: https://www.politico.com/story/2019/04/23/us-navy-guidelines-reporting-ufos-1375290?fbclid=IwAR3fusr2VP8ZSxpvtoQ_otrF6ZrIr63E_Ivz4r3Pqs6_oLOnREI0peskrNU

The UFO/UAP/AAP phenomenon is thus gaining credibility and scientists once reluctant to study or even consider this issue should change attitudes.

Now, we need to deepen a serious, intelligent conversation about what this intelligent phenomenon means. Overall it seems to have cooperated in not forcing its presence to overtly on us but times are changing with too many verified sightings, documents, experiencer testimonies and even more formal source of videos and images with a chain of custody reaching the USG (U.S. Government).

Moreover, unique manufactured materials (metamaterials) allegedly originating in some UAPs are being studied (for instance with the collaboration of Earthtech Institute for Advanced Studies in Austin, TX) and have been found to have unique isotopic ratios not present on Earth as well as other characteristics that still seem impossible to assemble with known Earth technology.

Of course, the U.S. Navy is still not saying that we have extraterrestrials in our midst but who can manufacture such things? However, this is a step forward to de-emphasize the social taboo factor, perhaps from now on allowing military personnel to report and to talk more naturally about UFO sightings and more.

Soon (in May 2019) various episodes in the History Channel will also show new details of the investigation by TTSA (To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences). I believe these will serve to legitimize even more the phenomenon, possibly even leading to the acknowledgment of unique varieties of intelligences operating the advanced technological craft.

IF other intelligences are finally, unequivocally verified and officially recognized, a necessary, intelligent, exopolitical conversation must ensue beyond condemnation and fanaticism in favor or against.

SOME NECESSARY QUESTIONS for EXOPOLITICS and an Adaptive Cultural Revision (possibly leading to a long term transformation):

For instance, what legal rights and protections would we concede to some or all of these intelligences that also appear to have been here on Earth way before modern times?  Who amongst them might be our true allies?

What are their rules of engagement with us? Can we relate with at least some of them more directly, thus getting to know them better? Why are they mostly operating in a surreptitious manner?

If all space-faring ‘races’ are not benevolent towards are other space-faring ‘races’ (species) protecting us?  Should we also have a space force to defend ourselves from some of them combining our force with that of protective intelligences? Or, due to our lack of maturity, should we simply stay out of any such militarization of space in order not to attract further problems and – for now – simply trust (for instance according to the F.R.E.E. survey (found at www.experiencer.org) that a majority of encounters with the “UAP intelligences” are benevolent or have positive effects (spiritual and even healing effects) even if they are normally nerve-racking in the beginning?

How must our educational systems change to adapt to the reality of intelligences that may be culturally different, for instance, if they have been able to overcome spacetime for a long time and with it – I assume – a classical understanding of the world for which our nature and emotional-mental tendencies following physical sensory perceptions are adapted? In fact, does our human nature have the potential to adapt? Or do we need to genetic engineer ourselves or, perhaps, enhance ourselves with technology to meet the challenge? Could it be that -unbeknownst to us – we already have the genetic wherewithal and inner resources to adapt to open personal and cultural contact with these entities?

Shouldn’t we, rather, emphasize more a spiritual connection with SOURCE (the Source of all being) than a technological one? Experiencers often mention that ETs understand there is a Universal Source (“God” for some if you will and The Absolute, Tao, Budha Mind, Parabrahm, Allah and The Great Mystery for others) and some experiencers mention that some intelligent creatures work with this Source for the good of others while the Source allows others to work for themselves controlling, enslaving or stealing forms of light or energy from others. But the latter actions – while allowed by free will – have a limit that cannot be indefinitely sustained as it is a contradiction since the Source of all contingent beings in itself is giving.

How will international law have to improve if we find out that there have been a presence or even bases from otherworldly beings for centuries or thousands or millions of years in different parts of the world? What are the rules of engagement that they abide by? Is there a balance of forces among different UAP intelligences with different motivations? I believe that we should make peaceful contact with some of them.

Where are they From?

As per the UAP intelligences are they after all displaying advanced technology from another country? Or perhaps ‘us’ from the future? An advanced civilization native from Earth but mostly hiding from us? From inhabited planets in the Solar System or from other solar systems in our universe? From physical parallel universes? From subtler physical universes? Are they ‘Transdimensional’ (using the non-physical to manifest in a variety of physical universes and to manipulate spacetime)? Do they manipulate a universal hologram information matrix and materialize where and when they need to? Do they have greater control of their present moment as Mr. Luis Elizondo suggested in a MUFON interview? Do they control retrocausality? Angels and demons (and/or at least connected with them)?

Is the development of psychic capacities and an integrative perspective needed to understand them? Are they mostly benign as most experiencers of contact tell? Are they – ultimately – us or an aspect of us?

A saucer shape in Niaux Cave, France

Flying disc-like objects depicted in a cave of Peche Merle, France?

What if God exists but they intervened in our development as a species? How will religions become more inclusivist rather than rigid and be able to join the conversation in a civil way? How will science expand to include the phenomenon of consciousness which – according to many testimonies and scientific research – appears to be inexorably linked to the UFO phenomenon?

How will our most basic concepts about the ‘nature of reality’ expand? An integral way of being may help us to adapt to the new realities thriving in forms of connectivity that transcend spacetime limitations. How do we motivate human development worldwide into a post-postmodern, integrative way of being psychologically, culturally, technologically and systemically (including our economic and political systems)?

Besides any level of a cover-up, there may be, I understand how even after genuine sightings the UFO issue tends to be dismissed or ignored by authorities WORLDWIDE. For instance, I heard from a good source that there are unknown traffics or targets detected quite regularly by the Jorge Chavez International Airport control in Lima, Perú. Unless they are too close or too visible their presence tends to be ignored for various psychological and sociological reasons.  For once, it is not acceptable to speak about it without risking one’s job because it is a TABOO. Perhaps a sense of not being able to do anything about it and the feeling that it is ‘weird’ is sufficient for most people to dismiss it as irrelevant or partially irrelevant…unless explicitly assigned to track, investigate and report them. But, should a worldwide phenomenon like this; a more technologically advanced phenomenon, posing cultural and institutional challenges like this be treated as irrelevant or perhaps as silly or as entertainment indefinitely? Definitely NOT.

But, thankfully, the situation is changing, for instance, through military officials (credible witnesses from institution that must be extremely serious about what they say and do) coming out to give their testimonies like the U.S. is doing….including the courageous former seamen and officers from the USS Nimitz strike group (here seen with Mr. Dave C. Beaty producer of the popular short film “The Nimitz Encounters”). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6ox_F0auwM

There are other alleged images of UFOS and encounters pertaining to the U.S. Navy but few have the verified chain of custody to the USG. However, these and other cases add up.

Shouldn’t we all “catch up” now?

Former Nevada Senator Urges Feds to Do More UFO Research

by S.T. Patrick                 April 7, 2019                 (americanfreepress.net)

• Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is calling for formal congressional hearings to study the government’s investigations into UFOs. By law, U.S. senators are barred from lobbying the legislative branch for two years after leaving office. That probationary period ended for Reid in January. Since then, he has been lobbying key Washington, D.C. insiders about UFOs and projects that have to date been shrouded in mystery.

• Reid was instrumental in creating a secret Pentagon study of UFOs known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) that supposedly ended in 2012. In December 2017, The New York Times reported on the AATIP program and its offshoot, the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program. Reid says that it would be naïve to blindly ignore the accumulation of existing UFO stories reported by highly qualified aerospace and aviation professionals. Regarding the origin of whatever unidentified flying objects have been reported, Reid is leery about venturing a guess about something still unknown. “I personally don’t know if there exists little green men other places. I kind of doubt that, but I do believe that the information we have indicates we should do a lot more study,” Reid said. “We have hundreds and hundreds of people that have seen the same thing—something in the sky.” “[Y]ou can’t just hide your head in the sand and say these things are not happening.”

• While mainstream scientists and media have derided using government funds to research “fringe science”, Reid appears dedicated to the value of the work still being done at the various levels of government. One of the more fascinating publications undertaken by AATIP concerned research into the invisibility cloaking of aircraft – both invisible to radar and literally invisible.

• The care that must be maintained with Reid’s work concerns the further militarizing of space. Just six months after the Times released news of the AATIP program, Donald Trump announced Space Force and called upon its establishment as the sixth military branch. Is this the “Hollywoodization” of a much more sinister program for only military purposes? Or is this a genuine acceptance of a more open policy regarding UFOs? If it is the latter, we may just find out that the truth is out there, after all.

Located due north of Las Vegas, Lincoln County is one of Nevada’s largest and most sparsely populated counties. With a population barely surpassing 5,000, Lincoln County, the seventh-largest county in America in land area, does not seem like a bustling metropolis of activity. There are no colleges, no professional sports franchises, no Wal-Mart stores, and few gas stations. A common sight along Route 93 that traverses the county is a faded blue sign that reads “Next Gas 91 Miles.” But for close to 30 years now, Lincoln County has been the international hub for UFO enthusiasts as Groom Dry Lake (popularly known as Area 51) is located in the heart of this desert county.

Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is among the Silver State’s most widely known politicians. As the majority leader through much of the Obama years, Reid was privy to the high-level security concerns of America’s post-9/11 society. Now, as reported by KLAS-TV’s George Knapp, Reid is calling for formal congressional hearings to study the government’s investigations into UFOs.

“I personally don’t know if there exists little green men other places. I kind of doubt that, but I do believe that the information we have indicates we should do a lot more study,” Nevada’s most well-known Democrat said. “We have hundreds and hundreds of people that have seen the same thing—something in the sky; it moves a certain way.”
Many will question Reid’s qualifications and his sanity, despite the fact that, until 2012, he led a secret Pentagon study of UFOs that was based in Las Vegas. In December 2017, The New York Times reported on the AATIP program that had been created to study the UFO phenomena. The AATIP, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, was the brainchild of Reid and two colleagues in the Senate. It spawned an offshoot, the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program (AAWSAP). Neither discusses UFOs openly, or even by name, but Reid admits that it would take some naiveté to just blindly ignore the accumulation of existing stories reported by highly qualified aerospace and aviation professionals. Regarding the origin of whatever unidentified flying objects have been reported, Reid is leery about venturing a guess about something still unknown.

“We do not know,” Reid said. “What I have learned is, you can’t just hide your head in the sand and say these things are not happening. We have military installations where hundreds and hundreds of people who are there see these things.”

Insights About Secret Scientific Research in the U.S.

by Come Carpentier de Gourdon                March 23, 2019                  (sundayguardianlive.com)

• How much more time and effort will it take for certain agencies in the US government to confess to the mind-boggling secrets they have kept from the public, often in violation of constitutional principles and legal norms and procedures? Unacknowledged scientific and “exotic” technical programs being carried out in various publicly and privately funded laboratories and research centers, often affiliated to military and intelligence agencies, and unknown to democratically elected authorities, demonstrate the existence of a two-tier scientific culture in the US at least, if not in the rest of the world.

• What do we know about “special access” programs hiding within the American military-industrial-intelligence complex? Among whistleblowers, Bob Lazar is noteworthy because of the extensive information he provided in videotaped talks about research he had carried out in Area S-4, near the notorious Area 51 in the Nevada desert. Lazar claimed to have been part of a team reverse engineering a 52 feet wide saucer-shaped craft that he quickly realized was not built by humans. The craft could sit three small sized (3 feet tall) crew members and generated its own gravitational field, enabling the craft to reach fantastic speeds.

• Lazar’s report was supported by well-connected investigators, including John Lear, son of the Learjet inventor and a veteran CIA operative who testified that he was also exposed to covert research into “alien” technologies. Area 51 aeronautics engineer Edgar Fouché reported the development of the secret Tr3-B triangular mercury plasma fueled spacecraft.

• In 1997, former Pentagon intelligence officer and White House staffer Colonel Philip Corso’s bestselling book, The Day After Roswell, lifted the veil on much of the clandestine research pursued since 1947 by various branches of the federal government and compartmentally outsourced to defense contractors such as Lockheed, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Martin Marietta, Northrop, Grumman, Raytheon, General Dynamics and others. Corso alleged that major technical breakthroughs such as microtransistors, superconductors, fibre optics, Kevlar and night vision goggles had been developed through reverse engineering of alien materials, although the results of those advanced investigations remained largely undisclosed.

• Dr Robert Wood from McDonnell Douglas, Corey Goode, William Tompkins also formerly at McDonnell Douglas, and the more controversial Dan Burisch, are among the alleged “insiders” who have blown the whistle on various “black” programs. Their accounts have been extensively reported and analyzed by veteran researchers such as Linda Moulton Howe as part of her Earthfiles series, Paola Harris, Dr Steven Greer (in his widely publicized Disclosure Project) and Dr Michael Salla, co-founder of the Exopolitics Institute.

• In 2007, Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, who then chaired the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, with the support of fellow Senators, Inouye and Stevens, set up the $22 million/ five-year ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ to conduct research on UFOs and the collected evidence of the extraterrestrial presence. The program commissioned 38 classified papers from a number of universities and research centers and a 490-page report which are still unissued publicly. The DIA did release a list of titles to the 38 government-funded research reports, and Corey Goode released two of these exotic propulsion studies.

• In June 2017, a 47-page top secret MJ-12 briefing document was leaked and analyzed by various experts. It contains detailed descriptions of alien craft and their recovery, transcripts of communications with alien beings and spells out the measures taken by concerned agencies to keep the entire subject secret, even to the highest elected authorities.

• A private initiative called ‘To the Stars Academy’ has been set up with the participation of some of the former staffers of AATIP, including its former director Luis Elizondo. TTSA is working with retired military and civilian officials to further disclose the extensive and long-standing secret military R&D pursued between government agencies and private contractors involved in what is commonly called the Deep State. Its executive director Tom DeLonge has produced a new documentary series for the History Channel relying on military insider testimonies and entitled Unidentified.

• Cynics who alleged that all this is speculative mumbo-jumbo amounting to a waste of public money did not consider that the disclosure from AATIP seems to be what the CIA calls a “limited hangout”: i.e. a superficial glimpse of a much larger secret cloaked in “plausible deniability”.

Many investigators and whistleblowers in the United States have, over the last 40 years, called attention upon unacknowledged scientific and technical programmes being carried out in various publicly and privately funded laboratories and research centres, affiliated to military and intelligence agencies, in “exotic” areas that are officially not regarded as deserving of serious attention in civilian institutions such as universities. The existence of such programmes, now being proven, would demonstrate the existence of a two-tier scientific culture in the US at least, if not in the rest of the world, of which the upper tier would be a domain for clandestine R&D, unsupervised by, and unknown to, democratically elected authorities. If only for this reason, finding out the truth about the situation is of great value to society.

What do we know about the long suspected “special access” programmes hiding within the American military-industrial-intelligence complex and what is backed by material evidence?

Among the first whistleblowers, who emerged in the 1980s (1989 in his case), Bob Lazar is noteworthy because of the extensive information he provided in videotaped talks about research he had carried out in Area S-4 close to the since notorious Area 51 in the Nevada desert’s atomic testing range, around the dry Groom lake riverbed.

Lazar claimed to have being recruited by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), through defence contractor EG&G, to work as part of a team on a highly classified project which involved examining and reverse engineering a 52 feet wide saucer-shaped craft that he quickly realised was not built by humans. He further explained that it was made of some unknown ceramic-like material, could sit three small sized (3 feet tall) crew members and was powered by a hitherto undiscovered super-heavy element, eventually identified as number 115 on the periodic table, which generated its own gravitational field and enabled the craft to reach fantastic speeds. Lazar further explained that the retrieved space vehicle was being test flown in Area 51/S-4 although neither its materials nor its propulsion systems could be figured out or reproduced. However, he warned that the US military had somehow gotten hold of a substantial quantity of Element 115, stored at Los Alamos and intended for weaponisation. His report was supported by well connected investigators, including John Lear, son of the Learjet inventor and a veteran CIA operative who testified that he was also exposed to covert research into “alien” technologies.

Lazar’s testimony (retraced and updated in a recent documentary by Jeremy Corbell entitled Bob Lazar, Area 51 and Flying Saucers) was one of many that were more or less publicised in the following decades despite stubborn denials from official quarters. In 1997, former Pentagon intelligence officer (foreign technology desk) and White House staffer Colonel Philip Corso’s bestselling book, The Day After Roswell, purported to lift the veil on much of the clandestine research pursued since 1947 by various branches of the federal government and compartmentally outsourced to defence contractors such as Lockheed, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Martin Marietta, Northrop, Grumman, Raytheon, General Dynamics and others. However, the results of those advanced investigations remained largely undisclosed, although Corso alleged that major technical breakthroughs such as microtransistors, superconductors, fibre optics, Kevlar and night vision goggles had been developed through reverse engineering of alien materials. Since then aeronautics engineer Edgar Fouché, who reports having worked for the Aurora Project at Area 51 which built the secret Tr3-B triangular mercury plasma fuelled spacecraft, Dr Robert Wood from McDonnell Douglas, Corey Goode, William Tompkins also formerly at McDonnell Douglas, and the more controversial Dan Burisch, are among the alleged “insiders” who have blown the whistle on various “black” programmes. Some like Goode claim to have served on an SSF (Secret Space Fleet), a branch of the US Navy which began operating in the 1960s or 1970s under the Solar Warden code name. Their accounts have been extensively reported and analysed by veteran researchers such as Linda Moulton Howe as part of her Earthfiles series, Paola Harris, Dr Steven Greer (in his widely publicized Disclosure Project) and Dr Michael Salla, co-founder of the Exopolitics Institute.

History Orders UFO Docu-Series from Tom DeLonge

by Jessica Pena                   March 13, 2019                     (tvseriesfinale.com)

• The History Channel, along with A+E Originals, has announced it has ordered a six-episode, one-hour limited television docu-series entitled: “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation” to debut in May. The show’s executive producer is Tom DeLonge (pictured above) of the ‘To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science’, along with ‘To The Stars’ team members Luis Elizondo and Chris Mellon who are among its roster of scientists, engineers and intelligence experts. The UFO docu-series will “reveal newly authenticated evidence and footage, interviews from eyewitnesses and former military personnel who have never spoken out before and extensive breakthroughs in understanding the technology behind these unknown phenomena in our skies,” says DeLonge.

• Former DIA military intelligence official Luis Elizondo and former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and Intelligence Chris Mellon were instrumental in the release of a New York Times’ exposé about the Pentagon’s secret UFO research program, the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’, in December 2017, along with several authentic videos of UFO encounters by the US military.

• “This is not a UFO hunting show,” said Eli Lehrer, Executive Vice President and Head of Programming at the History Channel, “but a series that will hopefully provoke a cultural conversation about unexplained phenomena and allow our viewers to ultimately draw their own conclusions. Tom’s curiosity and passion for this subject matter, combined with his team, are the perfect partners to deliver this breakthrough series.”

• DeLonge’s ‘To The Stars’ team also includes retired Program Director for Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks, Steve Justice; renowned CIA researcher and quantum physicist, Hal Puthoff; and retired senior CIA member, Jim Semivan. The team will spearhead the disclosure of efforts being made to change government policy surrounding UFOs, and produce tangible evidence for the existence of UFOs ever assembled.

• “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation” will reveal newly authenticated UFO evidence and footage, interviews from eyewitnesses and former military personnel who have never spoken out before, and extensive breakthroughs in understanding the technology behind these Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Says DeLonge, “I think everyone that watches the show will walk away with questions answered and a feeling of, “Wow, I get it now.”

New York, NY – March 12, 2019 – In December of 2017, The New York Times published a stunning front-page exposé about the Pentagon’s mysterious UFO program, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). Featuring an interview with former military intelligence official and Special Agent In- Charge, Luis Elizondo, who confirmed the existence of the hidden government program, the controversial story was the focus of worldwide attention. Previously run by Elizondo, AATIP was created to research and investigate Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) including numerous videos of reported encounters, three of which were released to a shocked public in 2017. Elizondo resigned after expressing to the government that these UAPs could pose a major threat to our national security and not enough was being done to deal with them or address our potential vulnerabilities. Now, as a part of HISTORY’s groundbreaking new six-part, one-hour limited series “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation(TM),” Elizondo is speaking out for the first time with Tom DeLonge, co-founder and President of To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science and Chris Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and Intelligence, to expose a series of startling encounters and embark on fascinating new investigations that will urge the public to ask questions and look for answers. From A+E Originals, DeLonge serves as executive producer.

Says DeLonge, “With this show, the real conversation can finally begin. I’m thankful to HISTORY for giving the To The Stars Academy team of world-class scientists, engineers and intelligence experts the opportunity to tell the story in a comprehensive and compelling way. I think everyone that watches the show will walk away with questions answered and a feeling of, “wow, I get it now.”‘

Former Senator Reid Wants UFO Studies Made Public

by George Knapp and Matt Adams               February 27, 2019                   (lasvegasnow.com)

• George Knapp’s Las Vegas-based CBS affiliate KLAS Channel 8 “I-Team” recently interviewed former Nevada Senator Harry Reid (pictured above) who is continuing to make the case for renewed studies into UFOs. Reid says that the Russian and Chinese military are certainly studying how UFOs work and how to build their own. (see 5:10 minute interview below)

• In 2007, Reid and a few senate colleagues sponsored a secret Pentagon program that investigated mystery aircraft and related phenomena. This is known as AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program), but Reid revealed that the original name for it was the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Application Program (AAWSAP). This program ended six years ago. The former senator wants to see these ‘X-Files’ released to the public along with a renewed effort to get to the bottom of things.

• First there was the ‘Tic Tac’ UFO which buzzed the USS Nimitz carrier group in 2004 was not only seen by pilots and cameras but also by several high tech sensor systems, as documented in a 13-page report written for the Pentagon. Debunkers have tried to explain it as a rocket or something. Reid confirms that these craft are not [Earthly]. “People… who are in positions of responsibility, whether it’s the Pentagon or whatever it might be, …don’t want to have to try and explain something that many times is not explainable,” said Reid. “This has been going on a long time.”

• Then there was the so-called Gimbal UFO video recorded by military pilots in 2015. It was one of dozens of similar objects encountered off the coasts of Florida and Virginia over the past three years, according to Pentagon sources.

• More recently has been the release of the titles of 38 unclassified scientific papers produced by the AATIP/AAWSAP study, five of which has been made public in its entirety. Reid confirms that one of the unreleased studies involve the investigation reports of UFO activity over American nuclear missile bases. Another focused on a mysterious (Skinwalker) ranch in northeastern Utah, once owned by businessman Robert Bigelow, and the harmful health consequences for dozens of people who had close encounters there.

• Dr. Hal Puthoff, a Bigelow Aerospace physicist, says that the program also looked closely at a Brazilian investigation from the 1970’s that included a thousand pages of documents by the Brazilian Air Force, 500 photographs, 15 hours of film, and a lot of medical reports of injuries to people who encountered UFO craft at close range.

• Knapp asks Reid “What’s their [ETs] interest in us? Why are they buzzing around?” Reid replied, “Well, let’s turn that around. Why are we interested in them? Same answer to your question, because we don’t know.”

[Editor’s Note]  Since the AATIP/AAWSAP Program was revealed in December 2017, over 1200 Freedom of Information Requests have been filed with the Department of Defense for complete information on these declassified reports.

LAS VEGAS – Former Nevada Senator Harry Reid is continuing to make the case for renewed studies into the UFO mystery.

Back in 2007, Reid and a few senate colleagues sponsored a secret Pentagon program that investigated mystery aircraft and related phenomena.

The program was based in southern Nevada, but that effort ended six years ago, and very little from the study has been made public. Now, the senator not only hopes the X-Files get released but thinks there should be a renewed effort to get to the bottom of things.

“I’ll bet you anything that China is spending money to check this out I’ll bet you anything that KGB Putin is spending some money checking this out,” said former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

He dropped hard-edged hints that he knows potential adversaries Russia and China have carried out their own military studies to figure out how UFOs work and how to build their own.

The so-called Gimbal UFO recorded by military pilots in 2015 is one of dozens of similar objects encountered off the coasts of Florida and Virginia in the last three years, according to Pentagon sources.

The Tic Tac UFO which buzzed the USS Nimitz carrier group in 2004 was not only seen by pilots and cameras but also by several high tech sensor systems, as documented in a 13-page report written for the Pentagon, a document that went into the data base of AAWSAP, that’s the original acronym for the study Reid sponsored. The senator said these craft are not ours.

Reporter George Knapp: “What’s their interest in us? Why are they buzzing around?”

Former Sen. Harry Reid: “Well, let’s turn that around. Why are we interested in them? Same answer to your question, because we don’t know.”

Reporter George Knapp: “The Tic Tac. People have tried to explain it away, it’s almost an insult to our best pilots and sensors. It was real and we don’t understand it?”

Former Sen. Harry Reid: “This has been going on a long time. These sightings are said to have been set off by a rocket in California or something. People do not want, who are in positions of responsibility, whether it’s the Pentagon or whatever it might be, they don’t want to have to try and explain something that many times is not explainable.”

I-Team: Former Sen. Reid Pushing to Solve the Mystery of UFOs

by George Knapp and Matt Adams                    February 1, 2019                 (lasvegasnow.com)

• In his first on-camera interview since battling some health issues, former Nevada Senator Harry Reid (pictured above) told the I-team’s George Knapp that he maintains his enthusiasm for UFO research. (see 2:08 minute excerpt from the Harry Reid interview below)

• When told that Pentagon officials said that the $22M Pentagon UFO study known as the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ (AATIP), which reportedly amassed a gigantic data base of UFO cases, videos, and information, and also produced dozens of scientific papers about advanced technology, was cancelled in 2012 because ‘it didn’t produce much’ and found ‘nothing of interest’, Reid responded, “[I]t was voluminous reports with a lot of good stuff in it, and it’s too bad they said that.” “[S]omebody either wasn’t telling the truth or didn’t know the facts.”

Former Nevada Senator Harry Reid says he is once again bending ears and twisting arms to get his congressional colleagues interested in studying UFOs.

Reid has been out of the spotlight for the last year while battling some health issues.

Now, that he is feeling stronger, he gave his first on-camera interview despite the tough challenges he faced in the last year, Senator Reid has maintained his enthusiasm for UFO research, and the I-Team didn’t have to ask twice for an update.

Back in 2007 when he was Senate Majority Leader, Reid and colleagues initiated a secret Pentagon study of UFOs and related topics. It was based in Nevada and reportedly amassed a gigantic data base of UFO cases, videos, and information. It also produced dozens of scientific papers about advanced technology.

In late 2017, news of the program finally went public. People at the Pentagon claimed it had been cancelled, in part, because it didn’t produce much. Reid says that’s baloney.

Did Top Secret Pentagon ‘Stargate’ Letter Convince Senator John McCain Alien Invasion Was Imminent?

by Bill Bain                    January 27, 2019                        (heraldscotland.com)

• On January 16th, a declassified DIA/Pentagon letter dated January 9, 2018 addressed primarily to the late Arizona Senator, John McCain, as the Chairman of the Armed Services Committee, (see letter with attached list of 38 DIA-commissioned program titles here) was released pursuant to a Freedom of Information request. The letter contained the titles of ‘a bewildering litany of otherworldly research papers commissioned from scientists around the globe’.

• Unless the Russians or Chinese have torn a wormhole through the fabric of space-time with a laser weapon recently, it isn’t they who have the Pentagon delving into invisibility cloaking, dark energy, stargates, multidimensional manipulation, meta-materials, laser weapons, quantum entanglement and “controlling external devices in the absence of limb-operated interfaces”. Who were the academics and scientists writing these advanced technology research papers for the U.S. government and why?

• Many of the academics who wrote the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ (AATIP) research papers were already part of the now-defunct “National Institute for Discovery Science”, which was well-known for its studies of UFO sightings, extraterrestrials and other “fringe” topics. Nevada businessman and UFO believer, Robert Bigelow founded the NIDSci. Bigelow’s friend, Nevada Senator Harry Reid, initiated the 2007 AATIP study, and it was Bigelow Aerospace which won the AATIP contract to manage its research.

• The largest single source of these Pentagon academic reports is EarthTech International of Texas, whose CEOs have close ties to Robert Bigelow and Bigelow Aerospace.

• One AATIP report on the topic of ‘Invisibility Cloaking’ was penned by the respected German scientist, Dr Ulf Leonhardt. Leonhardt is a noted global expert on quantum optics, which juxtaposes the fact nothing actually exists with photon manipulation. One day, this may potentially allow a military force to enter a country without being seen.

• Another AATIP author is former NASA propulsion engineer, Marc Millis. Millis claims he had an unexplained visionary experience where a ‘being’ produced a ball of energy which then entered his body. After attending a Silicon Valley venture capital event in 1999, Millis left NASA to pursue exotic technologies.

• While the Pentagon spent $22 million on its Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, Nick Pope – formerly the “Fox Mulder” of Britain’s own governmental UFO research department during the 1990’s, notes that, “It still doesn’t give us a definitive answer to whether, as claimed, ‘foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats’ is coded language for UFOs.”

• Although it’s unknown if the AATIP paper convinced Senator McCain of a viable alien threat, it’s certain that former US President Ronald Reagan believed in such a possibility. Reagan’s numerous mentions of aliens in speeches marked him as a blatant “UFO-nut” hiding in plain sight. During the 1985 Geneva Summit, Reagan and Soviet premier Mikhail Gorbachev had a private chat. Years later, Gorbachev revealed that Reagan had simply asked him to set aside their differences in case the world was invaded by aliens. Reagan made public his concerns in a 1987 U.N. speech, saying, “I occasionally think how quickly our differences would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. Yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?”

[Editor’s Note]   This is a typically snarky British Deep State response to the revelation that the Pentagon brass and top politicians take the type of exotic propulsion and other technologies exhibited by UFOs very seriously. While describing the origins and authors of the Pentagon’s AATIP research from 2007 to 2012, the writer employs ridicule and derision to portray the AATIP authors as a bit unhinged, debunking the motive of commissioning such research programs, and condemning the reports as a waste of time and money. Even the article’s title makes a joke out of an alien invasion. And therefore, it is a waste of time for anyone to take the Pentagon’s exotic propulsion and technology programs seriously. In other words, don’t believe the evidence you see before you, believe us (the Deep State) when we tell you that none of it matters. Life will continue as it is with fossil fuel engine propulsion, and any new technologies will only come to the public in small drips … and you’ll like it.

“THERE are a number of people here who know everything on that screen was absolutely true,” said the President. A wave of nervous laugher rippled through the White House’s private cinema room. Ronald Reagan, however, never broke a smile, his solemnity immediately silencing the intimate audience of esteemed guests – Neil Armstrong, Steven Spielberg, high-ranking military personnel and the upper echelons of Nasa among them. It was 1982 and the group had just been treated to a special pre-release screening of ET: The Extra-Terrestrial.

Despite its rather outré nature, this tale is no urban myth – although some details have been embellished over the years. One retelling even has Reagan weeping on Spielberg’s shoulder as ET “went home”. Having since confirmed the event indeed took place, the legendary director has also admitted he remains unsure if Reagan was being honest with his guests – or simply pulling off deadpan surrealism better than Rikki Fulton or Jacob Rees-Mogg.

One thing is incontrovertibly true – if Ronald Reagan had intimate knowledge of extra-terrestrial visitations to Earth, then he certainly knew they weren’t friendly, doe-eyed botanists. Without even taking his bizarre satellite-laser “Star Wars” missile defence system into consideration, Reagan’s numerous mentions of aliens in speeches marked him as a blatant UFO-nut hiding in plain sight. One turning a blind eye to the Pentagon burning through tens of millions of taxpayer dollars investigating “foreign advanced aerospace weapons”.

Yet, if such research – carried out under different guises by the US military since Project Blue Book in the 1950s – was simply to ascertain the threat from traditional Russian or Chinese bogeymen, then it seems they were a wee bit more technologically advanced than previously thought.

This week, the Pandora’s Box of top secret Pentagon documents was declassified under a Freedom of Information request – a single five-page letter containing the titles of a bewildering litany of otherworldly research papers commissioned from scientists around the globe.

The titles of these academic studies certainly don’t concur with commonly accepted Russian technical malevolence like vote rigging and web trolling. Certainly, research into invisibility cloaking, dark energy, stargates, multidimensional manipulation, meta-materials, laser weapons, quantum entanglement and “controlling external devices in the absence of limb-operated interfaces” seems more like a Philip K Dick fever dream.

If nothing else, the document – addressed primarily to the office of late Senator and former pilot John McCain, who also had a considerable interest in colourful accounts of unusual aviation – certainly proves the Pentagon had been trying to get their heads around the true nature of a somewhat peculiar security threat. And unless the Russians or Chinese have torn a wormhole through the fabric of spacetime with a laser weapon recently, it wasn’t them.

Uni lateral thinking

THE exotic nature of some of the research papers commissioned by the US military’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) would raise a quizzical eyebrow on even Vladmir Putin’s Botox-irrigated deathmask.
It’s certainly reaffirmed the suspicions of the global Ufology community, who only learned of the research papers’ existence last week after the AATIP letter ended up on the desk of Nick Pope, ex-head of the UK Government’s official UFO research project. Colloquially known as Britian’s “Fox Mulder”, the affable Nick immediately teased true believers on Twitter with some ambiguous speculation, saying: “It still doesn’t give us a definitive answer to whether, as claimed, ‘foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats’ is coded language for UFOs.”

U.S. Spent $22 Million on Secret Project to Identify Threats in Space (38 program titles)

by Adam Kredo                       January 17, 2019                        (freebeacon.com)

• In response to The Federation of American Scientists (FAS) filing of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, on January 16th the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) released to the FAS a list of 38 titles of research papers that had already been provided to Congress in January 2018. Only the list of titles were released, not the research papers themselves. (see the list of titles here)

• The research papers were generated as a part of a $22 million DIA program (the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program which the NY Times reported in December 2017) that ran from 2007 to 2012 with the goal of combating possible threats from space, including those of an alien form.

• The underlying 38 research programs, “many of which are highly conjectural and well beyond the boundaries of current science, engineering, or military intelligence,” according FAS, have all been shut down. Titles of the research programs provided include, “Invisibility Cloaking,” “Traversable Wormholes,” “Antigravity Aerospace Applications,” and “Warp Drive, Dark Energy, and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions.”

• The secret program “was apparently initiated at the behest of then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, with most of the funding directed to a Nevada constituent of his,” FAS reported in its newsletter.

[Editor’s Note] It is significant that this list of ATIP research titles were released and officially acknowledged by the DIA because it confirms that they actually exist. Until now, the list was known as a leaked document with uncertain authenticity. This also confirms the authenticity of the two actual research papers that were leaked by Corey Goode in 2017. A DIA FOIA officer noted with some exasperation that yesterday’s release of the list of research papers will, in all likelihood, prompt a flood of new FOIA requests for each of the listed papers.  The question is, were these individual research programs actually shut down?  Or were they replaced by similar covert research projects under different names?

The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency disclosed this week that, from 2007 to 2012, it spent $22 million on bizarre science projects aimed at tracking and identifying potential threats in space.

The DIA this week made public the names of 38 research projects “funded by the program, many of which are highly conjectural and well beyond the boundaries of current science, engineering—or military intelligence,” according to the Federation of American Scientists, or FAS, which filed freedom of information requests to unearth the information.

The programs—all of which have now been shutdown—range from the theoretically possible to the completely farfetched. Such titles include, “Invisibility Cloaking,” “Traversable Wormholes,” “Antigravity Aerospace Applications,” and “Warp Drive, Dark Energy, and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions,” among others.

“The DIA list of research papers, marked for Official Use Only, was previously provided to Congress in January 2018. It was publicly released yesterday under the Freedom of Information Act,” according to FAS. The overall goal of the program was to combat possible threats from space, including those of an alien form.

The secret program “was apparently initiated at the behest of then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, with most of the funding directed to a Nevada constituent of his,” FAS reported in its newsletter.

Human Nature-Based Disclosure

Unique aerospace vehicles coming out of the ocean in Puerto Rico. Photo by José Fernandez.

How can we as “disclosure activists” and as practitioners of “exopolitics” (and, in many cases, as contact experiencers) really assist society to accept and to adapt to the disclosure of an extraterrestrial, multi-dimensional presence? Should we simply allow a more classic, militaristic interpretive tendency (as within the effort of To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences) convince politicians and citizens worldwide and let that extension of our political biases take its course or should we try to find another way of doing things?

I think that we (in fact, eventually, ALL of us and not just ‘experiencers’ who have been awakened to a vaster reality) must try to understand why we are as we are in terms of maintaining our personal identities, sense of meaning and moral politics. I think that our ability to see and our blindness impeding seeing how to “connect the dots” (in a healthy, healing, constructive way) is related to how consciousness itself is capable or not of embracing more aspects of reality in a coherent way. And some of the people speaking about this (although in less spiritual terms) are moral and developmental psychologists.  As boring as these studies might be (in contrast to cover-up revelations, for instance) they can serve as foundations based on empirical research to learn why we create dominance hierarchies and why we fight so much with each other, whether we are in the 0.1% elite group or in any other social strata.

In order to establish contact with healthy, benevolent interstellar beings on a par with their alleged lofty ideals and in a mutually beneficial fashion, with sovereignty as a species that can be sustained, we probably first need to be able to leave our”self-perpetuating wheel of unending conflict.”

What makes ‘sense’ to us is generally related to our intuitions of what is and is not. And this is an expression of the Principle of Identity. And the Principle of Identity (related to how we cognitively intuit what is and is not in our mental schemas and in relation to perception) is probably rooted in the equivalence of consciousness with being itself. It is rooted in the fact that we are (being) because we experience (cogito ergo sum). Thereafter, our interpretive experience is rooted in the self-evident fact that we first know that we are because we experience. It is an automatic part of our conscious awareness and even of our personal identity-based political operations in any “real world” we may be participating.

By extension, constructive “common cause” identity politics, and destructive, “common enemy” identity politics is based on that capacity of recognizing expressions of what is or of existence and being. We could summarize (according to some developmental psychologists like Kegan, Kohlberg, Peck, Cheryl, Gilligan, Fowler, Cook-Greuter, Baldwin, et al) our capacity to embrace and understand varies from person to person.

Levels of Ego Development according to one of the developmental psychologists, Suzanne Cook-Greuter. To face the challenge of DISCLOSURE we probably need a large percentage of the population and/or its cultural-political leaders in a Green (Pluralist), Teal or Turquoise stage of development. How could someone in a predominant “Amber” stage of ego development (the Diplomat- Conformist) act in the name of pluralist, world-centric values for the good of all humankind while willing to admit into his or her circle of care and concern non-human, extraterrestrial (or even intraterrestrial) beings?

It can be summarized as if the personal room for our consciousness and its degrees of possible embrace or identification with reality and interpretations were larger or smaller. It might also operate under a greater or lesser intensity of subjective walls or subdivisions in that inner conscious “space” or “room” and we would have biases possessing our conscious experience without us being aware of it, limiting how much and how we embrace what we disclose to ourselves in our experience.

The more we expand our consciousness as a permanent average trait the more we can embrace a “common emphasis” identity politics versus a “common enemy” identity politics. This issue related to how our CONSCIOUSNESS is freer and more inclusive or instead possessed by inner walls and biases that affect our interpersonal relationships, politics, ufology, disclosure. If we do not nourish a trusting environment we may not be ready for healthy social coordination after major UFO, experiencer revelations.

According to Ken Wilber (working with the information provided by some of those developmental psychologists) a large percentage of the population primarily functions in a premodern, mythic, authority-based level of development coloring their self-identities in which it is IMPOSSIBLE to feel, think, value and include multiple truths multilaterally, fact-based and pluralistically, or in a true modern democratic way, not to speak of the capacity to find a way to harmonize ideological differences via an integrative approach.

Dr. Jonathan Haidt emphasizes (conservative and liberal) moral TENDENCIES (rather than developmental levels) affecting self-identity and identity politics but his work is seriously related to this discourse and to how disclosure activists may effectively work in society beyond participating (even if based on reason) in the blame game.

In a world that needs to come together to process shared human problems: degradation of the oceans, climate change, nuclear warheads, terrorism across borders, artificial intelligence and job loss, information glut, and a long etc, the popularity of ethnic nationalism (now achieving power through democratic elections) is dismantling the international order that (at least in principle) promoted larger swaths of humanity to come together in cooperation with healthy democracies around a world of shared human rights using reason and facts to agree in applications.

How can a “post-truth” world order or a more disunited world made up of more dominating but competing for populist, nationalist polities welcome “the others”? (ETs). How can societies learn to deal in a constructive way and as part of a more unified global humanity if an “us vs them” mentality prevails?

If the classical liberal institutions and classical liberal people’s values in the world are in disarray as we tend to hold on to limited answers, how are we going to add the cultural challenge of verifying an extraterrestrial presence? The “rooms” or “spaces” in our consciousnesses need to expand.

I propose that as “disclosure activists” we also need to understand our own human psychology and what motivates us in order to engage in a more intelligent disclosure discourse and activism. Are most of us liberals (in the liberals vs conservative sense)? How can we value and speak with conservatives (both recognized by Wilber and Haidt as necessary)?

I definitely think that we need to study the work of moral psychologists like Johnathan Haidt and also the works of integrative philosopher Ken Wilber (who emphasizes developmental psychology). One emphasizes tendencies and, the other, capacities. And we need to understand both if we are to become aware of why we are how we are and why we become so invested in our beliefs.

If we are to overcome what may be the greatest challenge of all (probably challenging human nature as we normally experience it) we need to rise beyond opinions about each other. It must even go beyond the genuine and fantastic critiques of what an elite may be doing to us to retain control of us.

In order to be politically and exopolitically responsible we must really focus on understanding our tendencies and that of others (in regular citizens as well as elites and, simply, those in positions of leadership), tendencies naturally bearing on the degree of openness, personal biases and/or various specific interests toward the complex issue of disclosure. Simultaneously, we also need to understand why (sometimes, due to developmental level incapacity) many cannot rise to the challenge of disclosure because they – quite simply – they cannot rise above standard belief systems and cohere explanations discovering what they have in common and – from this platform – inform, share, educate.

The greatest transformative challenge humanity faces would be so deeply transformative that it cannot simply be based on simplistic belief system solutions. Revealing the degree of mischievousness with which an elite controls the cover-up or if a handful of contactees communicating with “space brothers” were – after all – correct in what, otherwise, looked like airy-fairy recommendations and narratives would be probably remain superficial, cosmetic solutions prone to produce more interpersonal conflict unless ‘we’ who care about truth, evolution and disclosure (at least as many of us as possible) come to value understanding why we are as we are, what can we really become and how to go about educating and transforming our current manifestations of “human nature.” This is why we need to expand our sphere of interest into Social Psychology, Behavioral Genetics, Biosociology, and other sources of information that shed light upon our “human nature.”

Thus far, the “UFO community” has made some contributions to society at large (albeit mostly preaching to the choir) but has not been able to provide a basis to come to basic agreements or to integrate the best information. We are also divided by our tendencies, often to the point of not recognizing each others’ contributions. So, we have also shown to the world how we subdivide ourselves as any other social group with a political message.

Do we simply need to become more conscious through more validated or grounded revelations, information, and through spiritual practices or do we need to re-engineer our tendencies and our developmental capacities by re-engineering our genes or simply becoming aware of why we are as we are (and to change our behavior and attitudes accordingly) is the key to become politically and exopolitically successful “citizens” in a complex, multi-dimensional cosmos?

A person to keep in mind to deepen this necessary conversation is Dr. Sean Esbjörn-Hargens who (probably in 2019) will be exploring (from an Integral Meta-Theory perspective) the issue of extraterrestrial contacts, Ufology, society, exopolitics.

UFO Sightings May Be Falling, but Congress is Still Paying Attention

by Nick Pope                  October 15, 2018                     (theguardian.com)

• The Senate Armed Services Committee of the U.S. Congress is looking into a 2004 incident where US Navy pilots flying with the USS Nimitz strike group encountered, chased and filmed fast-moving unidentified objects. Reliable sources say at least two of the military pilots involved have already been interviewed. The House Armed Services Committee also received a DIA briefing on the Pentagon’s “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” UFO project.

• The AATIP was the brainchild of the then Senate majority leader Harry Reid, and much of the work was contracted out to Bigelow Aerospace, run by former budget hotel magnate and believer in extraterrestrial visitation, Robert Bigelow. Now, some of the people formerly involved with the project, including the DIA official who ran it, Luis Elizondo, have joined “To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science”, fronted by Tom DeLonge, the former vocalist/guitarist of the pop punk band Blink-182. Their mission is “to explore exotic science and technologies … that can change the world”.

• The UFO phenomenon should not be judged by number of sightings, which has decreased, but by the compelling nature of the evidence: reports from pilots on different flights; visual sightings corroborated by radar; photos and videos regarded as genuinely intriguing by intelligence community. The term “UFO” itself has become as obsolete, usually referring to an extraterrestrial “flying saucer”, which may or may not be the case. The new “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAPs) is a term not automatically associated with ETs.

• But Congress needs to get past debates over terminology and statistical analyses to focus more on the quality of reports in a far more meaningful assessment of the phenomenon. Irrespective of the outcome, these might turn out to be the most fascinating Congressional hearings in history.

There’s renewed interest in the UFO phenomenon and it’s coming from an unexpected source: the United States Congress.

The Senate Armed Services Committee is looking into a 2004 incident where US Navy pilots flying with the USS Nimitz strike group encountered, chased and filmed fast-moving unidentified objects. Reliable sources say at least two of the military pilots involved have already been interviewed, and a radar operator was subsequently invited to get in touch.

Nick Pope and wife, Dr Elizabeth Weiss

In parallel, the House Armed Services Committee is taking an interest. Records from April show the committee received a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) briefing on the Pentagon’s UFO project, the cryptically-named AATIP. We know so little about AATIP that there’s even dispute over whether the acronym stands for Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program or Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program. The very existence of the project caused a sensation, because until the New York Times broke the story in December 2017, the US government claimed it had not investigated UFOs since the 1960s when sightings were looked at in a study called Project Blue Book.

As noted in the Guardian recently, data from two civilian UFO research organisations show that the number of reported sightings has fallen in recent years. However, there’s no single, global focal point for reports (the Ministry of Defence stopped investigating UFOs in 2009) and statistics will never tell the full story.

It would be better if the phenomenon were assessed and judged not on numbers alone, but by focusing on cases where we have compelling evidence: independently submitted reports from pilots on different flights; visual sightings corroborated by radar; photos and videos regarded as genuinely intriguing by intelligence community imagery analysts. Irrespective of the methodology we use to assess the phenomenon, how can we do so in an even-handed way when the subject has so much pop culture baggage?

UFO Spaceship Material Studied by Top Scientists – and Results Are Mind-Blowing

by Paul Harper                 September 28, 2018                   (dailystar.co.uk)

• To The Stars Academy, Tom DeLonge’s group of former government spies, military and scientists, claim to have seven samples from a downed flying saucer. “Each sample represents different elements of potential Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and how they operate,” the academy said.

• The Pentagon’s top-secret Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) investigated flying saucers from 2008 to 2012. The US Government is storing captured materials from UFOs in a huge, heavily-guarded hangar near Las Vegas operated by entrepreneur and Ufologist Robert Bigelow.

• Initial studies of the objects by the Adam Research Project have thrown up some incredible results. Its experts said there is “no precedent for this structured combination of materials” and the “true purpose or function of the material is unknown”. One side of a material sample appears to have been tooled because it has a defined contour. “Researchers also studied people who said they experienced physical effects from encounters with the objects and examined them for physiological changes.”

“Each sample represents different elements of potential Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and how they operate,” the academy said.

Initial studies of the objects under the Adam Research Project have thrown up some incredible results, according to reports.

It is said the material was released when the unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) was hovering and also formed part of the material of a wedged craft.

To the Stars Academy said the Magnesium-Zinc-Bismuth sample is from a UAP crash recovery but admits the “source cannot be verified”.

Its experts said there is “no precedent for this structured combination of materials” and the “true purpose or function of the material is unknown”.

Intriguingly, it said that one side of a sample appears to have been tooled because it has a defined contour.

They also found the material acts as a waveguide for terahertz (electromagnetic waves) frequencies.
More tests are planned on the material, reports Disclose TV.

White House Could Stage ‘Public Hearings Into Aliens’ Exposing Truth Behind UFO Project

by Paul Harper                September 15, 2018                 (dailystar.co.uk)

• The U.S. Armed Services Committee has been investigating the public funding of the Pentagon UFO project, Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which investigated flying saucer reports from 2008 to 2012, according to Nick Pope who probed the UFO phenomenon for the UK’s Ministry of Defence in the 1990’s. Officials working alongside scientists from Bigelow Aerospace have examined videos of UFOs and reportedly studied debris from crashed objects. Video of one AATIP case study showed U.S. Navy pilots in the Pacific in 2004 watching an object appear suddenly at 80,000ft before hurtling towards the sea and stopping at 20,000ft.

• Luis Elizondo, who ran the Pentagon project, said researchers concluded some of the UFOs are using time-travel jumps to achieve such speeds and dramatic movements.

• Pope believes the investigation by the U.S. armed service committee could lead to a major public hearing which would be a “political bombshell”. “Some committee members and staffers may have been angered that they were kept in the dark about AATIP, not least because the US government had previously denied there was any official interest in UFOs,” said Pope.

• “(Congressional) hearings should probably go wider than just looking at AATIP, and should look at the UFO phenomenon as a whole,” said Pope. “It would be a great opportunity to get to the bottom of the UFO mystery.”

The influential US Armed Services Committee has been investigating the money spent on a top-secret X-Files type Pentagon project.

Seen as one of the most powerful committees in Washington, the group oversees military spending and legislation.

Top political members asked how much taxpayers’ cash was spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) which investigated flying saucer reports for four years from 2008.

Advanced Technology Reports Leaked by Corey Goode Confirmed by Leading Scientist

On December 17, 2017, Corey Goode uploaded two documents to his website that dealt with advanced technologies such as traversable wormholes and warp drives, which had been given to him by a confidential source. The two documents were part of a collection of 38 reports commissioned by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and have since been validated as authentic.

The two documents are titled “Traversable Wormholes, Stargates, and Negative Energy” and “Warp Drive, Dark Energy, and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions”, the first was authored by Dr. Eric Davis, and the second co-authored by Dr. Richard Obousy and Davis.

Both documents stated that they were part of “a series of advanced technology reports produced in FY 2009 under the Defense Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program.”

Dr Eric Davis provides Illustration of how a traversable wormhole works in one of his leaked documents

Veteran FOIA and UFO investigator, John Greenewald, confirmed that the two documents’ initial public release occurred through Goode. Greenewald wrote on January 12:

I saw these documents back in late December and early January, but dismissed them as they are largely sourced/credited to Corey Goode, a very controversial figure to begin with. If they are genuine (and they may be) these documents do not appear that they were released under any official channels.  So the biggest question is, “How did Corey get them?”  I have not found an ‘older’ source, but am open if anyone else has. Veteran investigator George Knapp, was been able to find the names of all 38 DIA studies which are called “Defense Intelligence Reference Documents”, and where the above two documents first leaked by Goode can be found.

On June 2, UFO researcher Keith Basterfield similarly acknowledged Goode’s role in the initial public release of two documents through his website.

The full list of 38 DIA studies discovered by Knapp are titled Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs). When contacted by British researcher, Isaac Koi, Dr Davis expressed his surprise that two of the documents he had authored had been released to the public thereby officially confirming their authenticity:

“I don’t know how you got two of my DIRD reports” – “Yes! All of my DIRD reports are in the set of 38 total.”

Dr Davis, a leading world scientist was here confirming the authenticity of Goode’s two leaked documents. Furthermore,. In a June 24 appearance on Coast to Coast radio, Davis said:

… that 2 or 3 of these papers had been “leaked” onto the Internet, by “someone on the beltway.” The beltway is a highway that encircles Washington. A reference to “inside the beltway” means matters of importance to US government officials; lobbyists; and government contractors.

Davis was saying that “someone on the beltway” was Goode’s source for the two documents. This is an astounding admission!

For the first time since his emergence in late 2014, a leading scientist was on the public record in effectively stating that Goode was working with a Washington insider to reveal significant details of advanced space technologies being studied by the DIA!

A detailed analysis of the public emergence of the DIA documents, Greenewald’s discovery of Goode’s role, what Knapp, Koi and other researchers have concluded about the documents appears in a September 7, blog post by Mike Waskosky titled:  “Corey Goode’s DIA Documents: The Unreported AATIP Revealing”.

Curiously, the two documents have generated much discussion in the UFO community as Waskosky shows, but Goode’s role in making them public in the first place has been widely ignored for reasons alluded to by Greenewald. Instead, the emergence of the documents, which are directly linked to the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” (AATIP aka AAWSA) once headed by Luis Elizondo, are now widely associated with To The Stars Academy, since that is where Elizondo currently works.

Consequently, the widespread assumption is that Elizondo and To The Stars Academy are responsible for triggering the release of the two DIA (AATIP) documents. That is false. The first documents relating to these programs were made available through Goode and his own insider sources. The obvious conclusion to be drawn is that Goode has genuine insider sources from the DIA that are leaking documents to him, and he in turn is making them public.

In a December 19, 2017 post on his Facebook page, Goode explained:

This series of unclassified DIA documents are said to be used to slowly “read in” certain people in the DOD/DIA to Special Access Programs. I have reached out to the authors and requested the other documents in this series as well as the reason they were given for producing them. I have also been shown some other documents that I may be able to share with you before long. We are setting up a WikiLeaks type system that will be a “SSP-Leaks Database” soon.

Goode has since June 2015 been saying that there is a huge treasure trove of documents that deal with advanced technologies used by multiple secret space programs that are eventually going to be released.

In an email response to an early draft of this article, he said: “I would add that documents are presented in this manner (Theory) 1. To read in very conservative types 2. Plausible deniability if the documents surface, they are just ‘theory’.”

Illustration appears in report on Warp Drive prepared by Dr Richard Obousy and Dr Eric Davis

The two DIA documents are the first concrete evidence that such a treasure trove exists. In a news story released on May 4, George Knapp’s I-Team released a third DIA (AATIP/ AAWSA) document dealing with advanced space travel technology, which is titled: “Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum Engineering” authored by Dr Hal Puthoff, who has subsequently verified the paper’s authenticity.

In order for insiders to facilitate the release of similar documents, Goode is currently moving forward with the idea of creating a website similar to Wikileaks where insiders can submit information via secure encrypted means for documents to be uploaded to the public realm without being identified.

Waskosky concludes his blogpost with some very appropriate questions about the two leaked documents that Goode was the first to make publicly available:

At this point it seems that the proper question to be asking is not how Corey Goode received these documents so much as WHY Corey Goode was trusted or selected as a source to be delivering these documents during the same time period that Luis Elizondo and TTSA were assisting with the mainstream media widely disclosing this same program (albeit sans-documentation). Could it be that there are multiple factions within the intelligence agencies working towards their own version of “disclosure” with different belief systems and/or agendas?

In a previous post, I have commented upon a growing debate about whether or not the To The Stars Academy is a limited disclosure initiative controlled by the Deep State. If so, it would be natural to conclude that genuine insiders are looking for an alternative source for releasing their information, and Goode has been chosen by at least one Washington Beltway insider as a reliable source.

The Pentagon Secretly Studied ‘Exotic and Sophisticated’ UFO Technologies, Bombshell Letter Reveals

by Jasper Hamill                          August 13, 2018                           (metro.co.uk)

• Last December, the world first learned of a Pentagon UFO research program called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) dedicated to exploring ‘unexplained aerial phenomena’ and a range of futuristic technologies. Former program manager, Luis Elizondo, said he believed there is ‘very compelling evidence we may not be alone’, and has alluded to mysterious ‘metamaterials’ from crashed alien spacecraft being stored in specially modified warehouses in Las Vegas.

• Now, a letter obtained by George Knapp’s KLAS ‘Las Vegas Now’ I-Team written June 24, 2009 by then Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to William Lynn III, Deputy Secretary of Defense has revealed the US government’s exploration of ‘disruptive aerospace technologies’. Without mentioning aliens or UFOs, the letter confirms that the US Senate ordered an assessment of ‘far term foreign aerospace threats’. These include ‘extremely sophisticated concepts within the world of quantum mechanics, nuclear science, electromagnetic theory, gravitics [anti-gravity], and thermodynamics’.

• Senator Reid warns in his letter that these technologies ‘have the potential to be used with catastrophic effects by adversaries’, but that ‘much progress has been made with the identification of several highly sensitive, unconventional aerospace-related findings’.

• ‘Ultimately, the results of AATIP will not only benefit the US Government but I believe will directly benefit the Department of Defense in ways not imagined,’ Senator Reid wrote. ‘The technological insight and capability gained will provide the US with a distinct advantage over any foreign threats and allow the US to maintain its preeminence as a world leader.’

• Former UFO investigator for the British Ministry of Defence, Nick Pope, said the document reveals just how seriously the US government takes the issue of ‘futurist technology’ and the associated threats and opportunities. Pope had previously said that the AATIP looked at UFO sightings as part of a wider intelligence assessment of the threat from next-generation aircraft, missiles and drones, and the ‘novel military applications’ that we felt might be derived from a fuller understanding of the phenomenon.’

• Britain and the US share concerns that Russia and China might beat us to the punch in the weaponization of futuristic technologies, says Pope. “[I]t’s time to drop our prejudices about the subject and to stop referring to ‘flying saucers’ and ‘little green men’. “It’s time to realize that… there are serious defense and national security issues involved and that the US, the UK, Russia, China – and maybe others – are engaged in potentially game-changing work on this subject.”

[Editor’s Note]  Futuristic weapons technologies. Trump’s declaration that ‘space is a war-fighting domain’. The creation of a US Space Force. Who or what are we gearing up to fight, or to defend ourselves from or free ourselves from? Perhaps the Draco Reptilian and Nazi Dark Fleet alliance?

Documents relating to a highly sensitive investigation government project called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) confirm that the US has studied a range of futuristic technologies which would allow it to exercise global military dominance for decades to come. This programme is dedicated to exploring ‘ unexplained aerial phenomena’ and is believed to have written a 490-page report which collects together UFO sightings from around the world. The world first heard about AATIP last year, when footage of an encounter between an F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jet and an oval-shaped UFO travelling at astonishing speed was released.

Now a letter sent from Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to William Lynn III, Deputy Secretary of Defense, has revealed tantalising new details of the US government’s exploration of ‘disruptive aerospace technologies’. Although the correspondence does not mention aliens or UFOs, it appears to confirm the US Senate ordered an assessment of ‘far term foreign aerospace threats’. It is not known whether these threats were alien in origin – or came from some rival military power. It said these include ‘extremely sophisticated concepts within the world of quantum mechanics, nuclear science, electromagnetic theory, gravitics [anti-gravity], and thermodynamics’. These technologies ‘have the potential to be used with catastrophic effects by adversaries’ Senator Reid warned in his letter, which was obtained by Las Vegas Now. The letter also said ‘much progress has been made with the identification of several highly sensitive, unconventional aerospace-related findings’.

‘Ultimately, the results of AATIP will not only benefit the US Government but I believe will directly benefit the Department of Defense in ways not imagined,’ he wrote. ‘The technological insight and capability gained will provide the US with a distinct advantage over any foreign threats and allow the US to maintain its preeminence as a world leader.’ Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator for the British Ministry of Defence, said the ‘bombshell’ document ‘reveals much more about the AATIP project than was previously known’. ‘These staggering revelations show just how seriously the US government took the issue. Irrespective of what they believed about the true nature of the UFO phenomenon, this letter gives a telling insight into the reasons why the Pentagon was interested, and what they thought the threats and opportunities might be,’ he told The Metro.

How U.F.O.s ‘Exploded’ Into Public View

by Laura M. Holson                   August 3, 2018                      (nytimes.com)

• Starting around 11:40 p.m. on July 19, 1952, air traffic controllers at Washington National Airport noticed radar blips speeding near Andrews Air Force Base. The unidentified aircrafts fanned out, flying over the White House and the U.S. Capitol (see photo image above). They vanished around 5 a.m. That morning, Capt. S.C. “Casey” Pierman was leaving Washington National Airport bound for Detroit. Air traffic control told Pierman to follow the unidentified flying objects. Flying over West Virginia, Pierman reported tracking as many as seven bluish-white lights.

• A week later on July 26th, unidentified radar blips were again spotted on radar at Washington National Airport. The Air Force dispatched jet fighters to intercept the flying objects. But every time one of the jets closed in, they disappeared. When the jets backed off, they reappeared. At one point, a pilot found himself in the midst of four unidentified aircrafts and asked what to do. Air control were speechless. Suddenly the objects began to move away. The pilot radioed, ‘They’re gone,” and returned to his base.

• Pentagon spokesman at the time, Albert Chop, told the press that “These things hung around all night long.” The next day, almost every major newspaper wrote about the UFOs. “‘Objects’ Outstrip Jets Over Capital,” was the headline in The New York Times.

• The Air Force and the CIA became worried that the Soviet Union would take advantage of the situation and launch an attack on the United States. Worse, no one could explain the phenomenon to President Harry Truman.

• On July 29, 1952, Maj. Gen. John Samford, the director of Air Force intelligence overseeing the inquiry, held a news conference to reassure the public. He dismissed the Washington sightings as a temperature anomaly. Still, the general conceded that not all the details could be explained by natural causes. Witness reports “have been made by credible observers of relatively incredible things,” he said at the time. The New York Times ran the headline “Air Force Debunks ‘Saucers’ as Just ‘Natural Phenomena.’”

• In January 1953, a scientific committee led by Howard Robertson, a well-known mathematician and physicist, was formed by the government to explore the phenomenon. “One of the conclusions was that they needed to debunk UFOs,” said former Army Lt Col. Kevin Randle, who has written a book on the incident, Invasion Washington: U.F.O.s Over the Capitol. The ‘Robertson Panel’ suggested that the government conduct a mass media education campaign to “reduce the current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda.” The re-education campaign did not work. Few were convinced by the government’s explanation, and UFOs have persisted in pop culture.

• Government officials have sought to publicly debunk the existence of alien evidence ever since the 1952 Washington sightings. Nevertheless, the topic is back in the headlines. Last year, The New York Times wrote about a little known Pentagon project, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, founded in 2007 to investigate UFO sightings. A search of The NY Times’s historical archives reveals a rich bounty of UFO sightings, lore and explanations since the 1950s. And who can forget in 2016 when Hillary Clinton said she would reopen the real X-files if she were president?

[Editor’s Note]  According to sources such as Corey Goode and William Tompkins, the UFOs that buzzed Washington D.C. in the summer of 1952 were actually Nazi spacecraft from Antarctica.  After these incidents, President Eisenhower and the U.S. military were pressured into negotiating a truce with the Nazi faction, ultimately clearing the way for a cooperative treaty between the highly advanced Nazi group and the U.S. military industrial complex which endures even today.

In the early morning of July 20, 1952, Capt. S.C. “Casey” Pierman was ready for takeoff at Washington National Airport, when a bright light skimmed the horizon and disappeared. He did not think much of it until he was airborne, bound for Detroit, and an air traffic controller told him two or three unidentified flying objects were spotted on radar traveling at high speed.

The controller told Captain Pierman to follow them, the pilot told government investigators at the time. Captain Pierman agreed, and headed northwest over West Virginia where he saw as many as seven bluish-white lights that looked “like falling stars without tails,” according to a newspaper report.

The sighting of whatever-they-were garnered headlines around the world. And in the decades since, U.F.O.s have become part of the pop culture zeitgeist, from “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” to “The X-Files.” In September, a star of that long-running series, Gillian Anderson, will appear in “UFO,” a movie about a college student haunted by sightings of flying saucers. A “Men in Black” remake is in the works. And the History Channel plans to air “Project Blue Book,” a scripted series about the government program that studied whether U.F.O.s were a national threat.

And the topic is back in the headlines. Last year, The Times wrote about a little known project founded in 2007, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, to investigate U.F.O. sightings. A search of The Times’s historical archives reveals a rich bounty of U.F.O. sightings, lore and explanations since the 1950s. And who can forget in 2016 when Hillary Clinton said she would reopen the real X-files if she were president?

Captain Pierman’s 68-year-old daughter, Faith McClory, said in an interview last month that her father became something of a celebrity as reports like his in the summer of 1952 fueled fear of a space alien invasion.

“My sister has memories of men coming to our home,” said Ms. McClory, who grew up in Belleville, Mich. (She said they were reporters.) “People were enthralled with the flying saucers,” she added.
Researchers say government officials have sought to publicly debunk the existence of alien evidence ever since the Washington sightings.

“Unidentified flying objects exploded into the public consciousness then,” said Mark Rodeghier, the scientific director for the Center for UFO Studies, a group of scientists and researchers who study the U.F.O. phenomenon. “There was concern in a way you hadn’t seen before.”

UFOs Are Real and Often Narrowly Miss Crashing Into Planes

by Nick Pope                July 13, 2018                  (thesun.co.uk)

• Aliens, UFOs and death rays sound like the stuff of science fiction. But from his 21 years with the UK’s Ministry of Defence, Nick Pope (pictured above) knows that UFO’s are real and that our government leaders take them very seriously. The recent disclosure of MoD documents show that the UK government has spent 50 years investigating alien technology.

• Pope says that while the majority of UFO sightings could be explained, but around five per cent remain mysterious. And there are several cases of near-misses between UFOs and commercial aircraft. Pope also got to look into other X-File types of cases such as crop circles, alien abductions, ghost sightings, and psychic phenomenon.

• The declassified MoD documents revealed that the Russians had put a lot of effort into researching and investigating not just UFOs, but parapsychology – telekinesis (moving objects with the mind), psychic phenomena and similar things.

• The British military viewed this in terms of threats and the possibility that “novel military applications” might result from a better understanding of UFOs. It was suggested that UFOs might not objects, but rather the result of changes in energy in the atmosphere. This raised the intriguing possibility of channeling this energy to develop a death ray weapon.

• All the while, the Americans were conducting their own research through a Pentagon program called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. Some declassified videos surfaced of US Navy jets chasing UFOs.

• If anyone was laughing about UFOs before, they’re not laughing now. Those who have looked at this subject from within the government knew better. RAF pilots had seen UFOs and occasionally chased them. The MoD had gun camera footage similar to the declassified US Navy videos. Radar operators tracked UFOs from time to time, and the speeds and maneuvers were astounding.

• The MoD told Parliament, the media, and the British public that UFOs were of “no defense significance”. However, this was a meaningless soundbite designed simply to get people off our backs, said Pope.

ALIENS, UFOs and death rays sound more like the stuff of science fiction than the subjects of top-secret government briefings… but I know from my 21 years at the Ministry of Defence that our leaders take these threats more seriously than they let on.

I also learned from my time there that UFOs are real. And I should know, because my job throughout the nineties was to investigate them.

World UFO Day fell last week, and it was very clear that the usual scepticism and ridicule had been replaced with a far more serious tone.

This may be helped by the fact that details recently emerged of MoD documents showing the UK government’s interest and involvement in UFOs – and suggesting that we had spent 50 years investigating the possibilities of developing alien technology.

I worked on these files and came out of retirement to help with the MoD’s release project – the decade-long declassification of top-secret papers – which concluded in January.

And while the Official Secrets Act binds me for life, now that the government itself is releasing more details of my old MoD job, I can give people an insider’s perspective on what we really got up to.

From UFOs almost crashing into planes to alien abductions

The bottom line was that we knew UFOs were real, but we didn’t know what they were.

The majority of UFO sightings could be explained, but around five per cent remain mysterious.

The cases that concerned me most were the near-misses between UFOs and commercial aircrafts – there are several such cases in the MoD’s UFO files.

What was much more fun was the other weird stuff that came our way simply because there was nowhere else in government to send it: crop circles, claims that people had been abducted by aliens, ghost sightings and people who claimed to be psychic and volunteered their services to British intelligence.

But is it really true, as the latest declassified files suggest, that we were racing against the Russians and the Chinese to acquire alien technology and develop some sort of super-weapon?

Not quite, but the reality is almost just as bizarre.

The US Government Just Admitted To Recovering Materials From UFOs

by Arjun Walia                May 24, 2018               (collective-evolution.com)

• In December 2017, the New York Times broke the story of a $22 million U.S. Department of Defense UFO research program called the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” headed by military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring. The New York Times article mentions that materials gathered from UFO crash sites were shipped off to Bigelow Aerospace for examination. One of the authors of the NY Times report, Ralph Blumenthal, stated that the UFO materials were “…some kind of compound that they don’t recognize.” The host of the UFO Congress, Alejandro Rojas claims that Elizondo said of this UFO material, “I can tell you it is not an alloy like the New York Times claims.” “Elizondo has told me it is a ‘meta-material’ with strange isotopic values indicating it is not from Earth.” Elizondo has also mentioned that these encounters with UFO crash sites have occurred hundreds of times.

• But there has been no follow up regarding these UFO materials that have allegedly been recovered. In fact, we’re not really sure where these objects are. It still seems that we’ve been given only a part of the story.

• Historian and ufologist, Richard Dolan suggests that the government and the media collude to give a part of the truth made to look like the complete truth. It is part of a tactic where the media will share some genuine information, but doesn’t follow-up on the details. Says Dolan, “So, it’s five months later, and we’re clearly not dealing with a serious effort by the mainstream media, for that reason alone… I have had information now, from a very good source, that, what they’ve recovered aren’t metal alloys, that they’re being described as meta-materials…a very different thing.”

• Unfortunately, most of our media is controlled by a very small group of people who insist on ignoring revelations regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial contact. “The establishment media will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they [are] absolutely pushed to the wall ,” says Dolan.

“Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after.” – Paul Hellyer, former Canadian defence minister.

First off, the fact that the official disclosure of Unidentified Flying Objects has happened is huge, and those who are avid researchers of the phenomenon saw this one coming. For years, we’ve experienced, as I’ve said many times before, an “official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” – Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter of the phenomenon. The establishment, in many ways, was responsible for the foolish articles that would constantly appear in mainstream media publications, absolutely ridiculing a topic that was and is actually quite real.

Today, we’ve seen a complete 180 degree switch. UFOs are no longer ridiculed by the mainstream, which should raise a serious eyebrow because very seldom does mainstream media share any sort of truth, especially when we’re talking about projects that rank among the most secretive in the world.

Unfortunately, most of our media is controlled by a very small group of people, and declassified documents alongside whistle-blower testimony has made this very clear. Intelligence agencies have close relationships with “every major wire service, newspaper, news weekly, and television network in the nation, this has helped us turn some ‘intelligence failure’ stories into ‘intelligence success’ stories.’ and has contributed to the accuracy of countless others.” This comes straight from a CIA document. Dr. Udo Ulfkotte, Sharyl Attkisson, Amber Lyon and many others have also provided many examples of what it’s like to work inside a media organization that’s dominated by government/corporate/deep state interests.

This is exactly why mainstream UFO disclosure is questionable, and there appears to be multiple things happening here. One is the fact that the phenomenon was so obvious for anybody who looked into it, from a research perspective. There was and has been more than ample evidence to show that the UFOs were and are real, that there are “objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy.” – Lord Admiral Hill Norton, Former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee

The statement below from Victor Marchetti, former special assistant to the Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, doesn’t seem to hold so true anymore, at least the last part.
“We have, indeed, been contacted — perhaps even visited — by extraterrestrial beings, and the US government, in collusion with the other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.”

One of the biggest mouthpieces for “the establishment,” The New York Times, admitted something that the establishment, or facets of it, have been concealing for years; UFOs are real.

The Times broke the story about a secret Pentagon program, but any UFO researcher knows these programs are more in-depth, expensive, and expansive than anything that’s described here.

According to the Times, “In the $600 billion annual Defense Department budgets, the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was almost impossible to find.”
Which was how the Pentagon wanted it.

For years, the program investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials, interviews with program participants and records obtained by The New York Times.  It was run by a military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, deep within the building’s maze.

The Defense Department has never before acknowledged the existence of the program, which it says it shut down in 2012. But its backers say that, while the Pentagon ended funding for the effort at that time, the program remains in existence. For the past five years, they say, officials with the program have continued to investigate episodes brought to them by service members, while also carrying out their other Defense Department duties.

What’s Missing From Mainstream UFO Disclosure

One interesting thing to note here, is the sharing of information and truth in order to lie. For example, the MK Ultra program, a CIA based mind-control program is a great example. This is because the evidence became so obvious that the U.S. government had no choice but to disclose the reality of it. Although they clearly did not share all, the public thought they did. The program had been declassified and thus, all of the questions and inquiries into the program stopped because apparently, the government released everything there is to know.

This is what we could be seeing with the UFO program. Prior to this disclosure, dozens of other governments had already done so themselves, and the field is loaded with a ton of credible witness testimony as well as various documents released via The Freedom of Information Act.

Now that the Pentagon has admitted to this program, does that mean the existence of UFOs has been disclosed, and that’s all there is to it? Are we seeing a clever way of releasing information, in order to conceal more important information, or is this really a slow disclosure initiative by the U.S. government? And if it is, why are they doing it?

“Why is the mainstream covering this story the way they are? I have been saying for years that the mainstream media, the establishment media, will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they would be absolutely pushed to the wall and then do something…So the question is, what is going on here?…If they’re the voice of the establishment (mainstream media), then why have the establishment elected to put this story out?” – historian Richard Dolan, one of the most prominent thinkers of our time. He’s also one of the world’s leading researchers on the topic of UFO’s.

Richard goes on to explain, in the lecture linked below, that this is simply a tidbit of truth that’s been made to look like the complete truth. It brings up a number of key things that have been ignored by mainstream media regarding the recent UFO disclosure, which is being addressed through the To The Stars Academy.

“The best way to keep a secret is you pretend to share it, you give some information out, some genuine information, which they did, there were some significant revelations here, significant admissions, and much that was not followed up…” – Dolan

Are Military Pilots Interacting With UFOs in Local Skies?

by Brendan Ponton             May 5, 2018              (wtkr.com)

• The CBS affiliate in Norfolk/Virginia Beach (Virginia), WTKR,  recently did an on-air report about UFO’s in the skies off of the East Coast. This is a corresponding article that ran on the news station’s website.

• The ‘To The Stars Academy’ group recently obtained and released videos of military pilots seeing UFOs. Rob Swiatek of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) says these types of sightings have been happening for decades. “[The UFO’s] seem to be moving in intelligent manners, intelligent patterns, and it does not seem to be a natural phenomenon,” said Swiatek. “Each year there are thousands of reports of UFO’s across the country and world. About 20% remain a mystery. Ultimately, I conjecture that we’re dealing with another intelligence, but I can’t prove it,” Swiatek said.

• In December (2017), The New York Times reported on a military program, called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, which looked into the reports of UFO’s. Defense officials say the program ended but there’s a renewed interest in whether or not aliens are piloting UFO’s.

[Editor’s Note]  Kudo’s to the mainstream news in Norfolk/Virginia Beach! They are actually reporting on UFO’s that may be controlled by an extraterrestrial intelligence without derision, sarcasm or ridicule. As there are many Navy and Air Force pilots stationed in the Hampton Roads area, this is very relevant and vital information. It appears that we are turning a corner with mainstream acknowledgement of the extraterrestrial presence on our planet. See below the 3:51 minute news broadcast and two of the released US military videos of UFOs.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Recently released videos purport to show military pilots seeing UFO’s, but what exactly are they seeing?

The group, To the Stars Academy for Arts and Science, obtained the videos and says they’re evidence pilots are coming into contact with Unidentified Foreign Objects.

Rob Swiatek, a UFO researcher and board member of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), and says these types of sightings have been happening for decades. “We can’t really explain it,” Swiatek said. “[The UFO’s] seem to be moving in intelligent manners, intelligent patterns, and it does not seem to be a natural phenomenon.”

Each year there are thousands of reports of UFO’s across the country and world, according to Swiatek. UFO investigators are generally able to determine explanations for the vast majority, but he says about 20% remain a mystery.

“Ultimately, I conjecture that we’re dealing with another intelligence, but I can’t prove it,” he said.

Following the release of the videos, there’s a renewed interest in whether or not aliens are piloting UFO’s. In December, The New York Times reported on a military program, called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, which looked into the reports of UFO’s. Defense officials say the program ended in 2012, but others say the work continues.

Beware ‘Demonic’ Aliens: UFO Probes in US, UK Hampered by Religious Fears

May 8, 2018             (sputniknews.com)

• On May 4th, Luis Elizondo, the former US intelligence officer who ran the Pentagon’s UFO program known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, stated on the CBS affiliate television station’s news show “Las Vegas Now” that the program’s closing in 2009 had more to do with offending senior officials’ religious beliefs than budget pressures.

• Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator with the UK’s Ministry of Defense (MoD), told the Metro UK that he “…was aware that Pentagon pushback on UFO research was in part due to the religious belief of some of those involved.” “It was an odd irony that UFO investigations were being hampered because some people’s belief in God meant that they either didn’t believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life or that they regarded UFOs and extraterrestrials as demonic.” Pope said that he witnessed this type of religious pushback at the British MoD as well.

• The fact that some people regard UFOs as demonic seems to have its roots in the biblical description of Satan as being ‘the prince of the power of the air’ from Ephesians 2:2.

• David Clarke, a research fellow at Sheffield Hallam University who obtained the UK’s UFO files from the MoD following a freedom of information request, told The Guardian that UK officials have only “encouraged conspiracy theorists through their own paranoia” by closing its UFO desk in 2009 and destroying the ministry’s UFO files.

Though it was officially announced in 2012 that the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a secret US Defense Intelligence Agency program that studied UFOs, was shuttered over budget pressures, it has since been revealed that its closure had more to do with senior officials and their religious beliefs.

Speaking with Las Vegas Now on Friday, Luis Elizondo, a former intelligence officer with knowledge on the matter, explained that senior officials pushed back on the secret program over concerns that the study would become an embarrassment for the department and because it conflicted with their religious beliefs.

Elizondo, who previously spoke out about the five-year-old program to the New York Times in December 2017, stressed that though the government’s funding ended in 2012, the study continues as officials from the US Navy and the CIA offered resources to further the program. It is speculated that the program is still active, just through private funding.

It should be noted that following Elizondo’s big reveal, two videos were released by the US Department of Defense that showed service members encountering unidentified flying objects.

But Elizondo isn’t the only official spilling the beans on secret government programs investigating UFOs.

Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator with the UK’s Ministry of Defense, told the Metro UK that he, too, encountered pushback.

“I was aware that Pentagon pushback on UFO research was in part due to the religious belief of some of those involved,” Pope told the outlet. “It was an odd irony that UFO investigations were being hampered because some people’s belief in God meant that they either didn’t believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life or that they regarded UFOs and extraterrestrials as demonic.”

“The fact that some people regard UFOs as demonic seems to have its roots in the biblical description of Satan as being ‘the prince of the power of the air’ from Ephesians 2:2. Luis Elizondo says that he came up against religious pushback from senior staff when he ran the Pentagon’s UFO program and I saw some evidence of this at the MoD too,” Pope added.

Pentagon UFO Project Could Have Secret Info That Solves Britain’s Roswell

by Paul Harper         April 22, 2018            (dailystar.co.uk)

• In December 1980 in Suffolk, England, two US Air Force personnel stationed at the Bentwaters and Woodbridge bases went to investigate a suspected civilian plane crash in a nearby wooded area of Rendlesham forest. They found a craft with strange hieroglyphic symbols. Upon touching the craft, it sped away into the sky only to return two days later.

• In December 2017, a NY Times article broke about a 2007-2012 Pentagon program that studied UFOs. Former British Ministry of Defense expert Nick Pope said: “When the story about the Pentagon’s secret UFO project first broke, there was an intriguing reference to AATIP having a dossier detailing the best UFO cases from around the world… Apart from Roswell, the Rendlesham Forest incident is the best-known UFO case in the world, so it’s logical it would be in AATIP’s dossier, especially as the Rendlesham witnesses were US military personnel.”

• All Freedom of Information requests for details on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) have been rejected on national security grounds, says Pope. “The Special Relationship between the US and the UK remains strong, but there’s been very little intelligence-sharing about UFOs.” “Governments – even allies – are in competition with each other over this, and don’t want to give their game away,” Pope said.

• “We’re not too far from the 40th anniversary of what’s been called Britain’s Roswell,” said Pope. “I hope the Rendlesham witnesses – Charles Halt, John Burroughs, Jim Penniston and others – are finally going to find out what happened to them.” “It would be ironic if the answer to Britain’s most famous UFO mystery was lying in a government file somewhere, not in the MoD, but in the Pentagon.”

So says Nick Pope who investigated the strange phenomenon for the Ministry of Defence.

The massive Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) also explored reports of flying saucers.

Since it was exposed last year, three videos have shown bizarre encounters with pilots and inexplicably-fast aircraft.

And Mr Pope believes AATIP could solve the famous Rendlesham Forest incident on Boxing Day December 1980 in Suffolk.

Two members of the US Air Force (USAF), John Burroughs and Jim Penniston from the nearby Bentwaters and Woodbridge bases, went to investigate a suspected civilian plane crash.

They stumbled upon an unknown craft displaying strange “hieroglyphic symbols”, which accelerated away at high speed after they touched it.

The UFO was briefly tracked on radar and reportedly returned two days later and fired beams at air force crew and a “sensitive area” of the Woodbridge base, according to Mr Pope.

The former MOD expert said: “When the story about the Pentagon’s secret UFO project first broke, there was an intriguing reference to AATIP having a dossier detailing the best UFO cases from around the world.

“Apart from Roswell, the Rendlesham Forest incident is the best-known UFO case in the world, so it’s logical it would be in AATIP’s dossier, especially as the Rendlesham witnesses were US military personnel.”

Mr Pope said that all Freedom of Information requests for details on AATIP’s work have been rejected on national security grounds.

“The Special Relationship between the US and the UK remains strong, but there’s been very little intelligence-sharing about UFOs,” said Mr Pope.

Mr Pope claimed that an MOD assessment talked about what kind of “novel military applications” could come from UFOs.

“Governments – even allies – are in competition with each other over this, and don’t want to give their game away,” he said.

He believes that the X-Files type investigations of the Pentagon project could have answers about mystery radiations associated with flying saucers.

He said: “In a later MoD intelligence assessment of the UFO phenomenon more generally, my colleagues looked again at Rendlesham, and their final report contained the bombshell sentence ‘the well-reported Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters event is an example where it might be postulated that several observers were probably exposed to UAP [Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon] radiation for longer than normal UAP sighting periods’.

“I’d be intrigued to know what information AATIP has about this, and what they concluded.

Five Compelling Latest Pieces of Evidence That Aliens Had Visited Earth

by Nirmal Narayanan             April 1, 2018                 (ibtimes.sg)

• IB Times Singapore presents five pieces of evidence that prove aliens had visited earth.
• Ancient cave paintings – Ancient cave paintings discovered in the United States, Mexico, Egypt, and India have showcased alien-like beings that have been visiting earth for thousands of years.

• Spectacular Ancient Structures – Structures like the Egyptian pyramids, Nazca lines, and Sacsayhuamán (Peru) seem to defy the technological capabilities of their time. Even today, building such a structure with massively heavy stones is a formidable challenge. So who helped the ancient humans to build such massive architecture?

• Declarations by Eminent Personalities – There have been many high-level military and political figures who have spoken of an extraterrestrial presence on the Earth, but none more respected than former Canadian Minister of National Defence Paul Hellyer who is not afraid to speak the truth, that aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years and the U.S. military is covering it up. Hellyer argues that cooperation with the aliens will help us build a better world.

• UFO sightings – YouTube has thousands of UFO videos and there are various cases where multiple witnesses have similar accounts of UFO sightings in the same place and at the same time.

• The Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program – The Pentagon admitted to funding a program named ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program‘ in 2007 to unravel the mysteries surrounding UFO sightings. The defense department also released two stunning videos which feature the encounter between a US F-18 jet and a UFO clearly of extraterrestrial origin.

The existence of aliens and other extraterrestrial civilization still remains a mystery to modern science. However, thinking a bit logically out of the box will make us believe that aliens have visited earth many times in the past. IB Times Singapore presents you five stunning pieces of evidence that prove aliens had visited earth.

Ancient cave paintings

This is probably the most intriguing proof which makes us believe that aliens have visited earth. Many ancient cave paintings discovered in the United States, Mexico, Egypt, and India have showcased alien-like beings. Conspiracy theorists all around the world strongly believe that aliens have been visiting earth for thousands of years, and their depiction is shown in these cave paintings.

One of the most popular depictions of aliens in cave paintings is the one which was discovered near Christina Lake in British Columbia, Canada. This painting features a flying saucer with large wings hovering above four human beings.

Another cave painting which was discovered in Wyoming too had alien-like figures in it, and interestingly, it was drawn before 10,000 years.

So, what made these ancient human beings draw pictures like this? Were they in contact with aliens, or is this all imagination of human mind? The answers to these questions still remain a mystery.

Marvelous structures built in the past

Planet earth is home to some spectacular structures, and some of the ancient ones seem to defy the technological capabilities of their time. Structures like Ancient Egyptian pyramids, Nazca lines, and Sacsayhuamán are too big, too heavy and too complex. This has compelled many people to think that these ancient structures were built by aliens and not humans.

Stating an example, the pyramids in Egypt are more than 4500 years old, and they were built of millions of precisely hewn stones weighing at least two tons each. Even in this modern age, building such a structure with massively heavy stones seem to be a formidable challenge. So who helped the ancient humans to build such massive architecture? The answer still remains unclear.

Admission from eminent personalities

There is nothing wrong in trusting the words of eminent personalities like Paul Hellyer, the former Canadian Minister of National Defence. Recently, Hellyer revealed that aliens have been visiting earth for thousands of years. The former cabinet minister also sensationally claimed that the US Air Force has been using advanced scientific technologies mastered from aliens since 1960.

Hellyer added that aliens who came from outer space are more advanced than us in agriculture and medicine, and co-operating with them will help us to build a better world.

Extraterrestrial Experiencers See ET Presence as an Opportunity Not a Threat

Phoenix, AZ – Recent Disclosure by former members of the United States government concerning the Pentagon’s Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program has revealed little about the ongoing interaction between extraterrestrials and humans. It invites a broader discussion which can be more effectively led by those who have experienced this contact.

The 70-year history of such government-military studies has been primarily focused on addressing the threat to national security, which has left Experiencers as the primary authority on the nature and motives of the extraterrestrials. They have addressed many of the subsequent questions and concerns provoked by this recent Disclosure, and therefore offer a critical resource.

To serve this process, the Institute for Exoconsciousness created an international program called the Community of the Exoconscious. Its mandate is to connect the global community of Experiencers in order to foster and serve open discussion of extraterrestrial-human interaction. This community collectively offers many thousands of years of experience in the many facets of this phenomenon.

According to Dr. Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, Founder of the Institute for Exoconsciousness, “Disclosure leads to cultural acceptance and gradual confirmation of the extraterrestrial presence. Disclosure provides an opportunity for extraterrestrial Experiencers to share their transformations of consciousness, physical healings, heightened psychic abilities and planetary awareness. Furthermore, their authority is strengthened by recent scientific research and validation of extraterrestrial contact.”

Miguel Mendonca, author of Meet the Hybrids and numerous other books that gave voice to Experiencers states that, “We can deepen the conversation by exploring the varied, yet often common learnings that come from encounters with non-human intelligences, and in particular, information on the interconnected, multidimensional nature of being.”

Working in conjunction with the Institute for Exoconsciousness are the Disclosure Activists, led by Dr. Lisa Galarneau and Russell Calka. Their mission includes coverage of official public government Disclosure and the work of extraterrestrial Experiencer groups.

Importantly, this recent Disclosure coincides with advances in scientific research into the human-extraterrestrial experience. The Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters (FREE) has undertaken a detailed statistical analysis of extraterrestrial experiences indicating that 70% are positive and beneficial.

Filmmaker Caroline Cory’s recent documentary E.T. Contact: They Are Here, also provides “scientific evidence of a greater phenomenon at work.”

About the Institute for Exoconsciousness

The Community of the Exoconscious is an international community of extraterrestrial Experiencers and groups, providing a safe, structured online environment that offers education, support and resources. Our goal is to foster ET-Human contact, communication and co-creation, respectful of our multiplicity of races and cultures.

Additional Commentary by the Community of the Exoconscious

What does Disclosure offer us, as experiencers and members of the Community of the Exoconscious?

Miguel Mendonca (Author, Artist, UK) It offers a crack, into which we can drive a wedge, and open up the discussion on deeper levels.

Reuben Langdon (Filmmaker, Actor, US) The mainstream news coming out this weekend about the UFO Pentagon program is a huge first step in opening the can of worms that surrounds the secrecy and mystery around ET/UFO phenomena. For many of us this is nothing new, we have been engaging, researching and experiencing other beings and intelligences for a long time. Some of us since birth, others even before going back generations with family history and linages. With this “First Step” we can now have real conversations as a society and human race. Like with the legalization of Marijuana, we can collectively demystify the rumors and hearsay and really look at what this phenomenon is and what is means for humanity. This is a huge first step to eventually having open contact on a planetary scale.

Carol Druehl and Joan Halbert (Founders IHCI, US) We are being visited by many species and the focus of this Disclosure should be on our consciousness as a species as we begin to openly interact with off planet people.  There is a video of one craft and there is so much more to experience.

Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, (Founder, Institute for Exoconsciousness) Disclosure leads to cultural acceptance and gradual confirmation of the Extraterrestrial Presence. Disclosure offers an opportunity for extraterrestrial experiencers to share their transformations of consciousness, physical healings, heightened psychic abilities and planetary awareness.

Krista Raisa (Artist, Channel, Teacher, US) This news article confirms that experiencers must continue moving past self-doubt and remain hopeful of mass-scale confirmation.

Terri Sisley (ExoHealer, US) As this form of Disclosure reaches mainstream media and the public, I feel it provides us with a stronger public legitimacy to share and support our experiences and research to a more awakened and receptive audience, which may now feel it is acceptable and permissible to believe in and/or share such experiences.

Marilyn Gewacke (Author, Teacher, Workshop Leader, US) This “disclosure” offers little to us because we already know the truth in more profound and personal ways.  While it is not revelation to experiencers, perhaps it is helpful to the general public as they begin to decipher the myriad of informational sources now available both through the government and contact organizations.  It hopefully will aid in the subconscious acceptance of the fact that “we are not alone”.  As the general public begins to hold this in the generalized consensus of what is within the new thinking paradigm, we contactees can play a very crucial role in how this paradigm actually is digested, accepted and incorporated in their experience of this disclosure.  We have a significant role to play in response to these kind of disclosures as we can offer education, experiences, and understanding of the ET phenomena.  In a sense we are the “weavers”…..weaving the information from formal sources into the truths of what we know and experience so that we produce a mosaic that is both palatable and beautiful all at once.

Deb West (Radio Host, Author, Researcher, US) New evidence indicates that the space/time continuum once thought to be linear, is actually a multi-dimensional universe of sentient beings and that all energy is made up of light particles both seen and unseen as matter and anti-matter. And further matter can travel thru time and teleport thru dimensions.  Our human consciousness extends life beyond the physical realm into an immortal spiritual experience, advancing to accelerating levels of evolution throughout the cosmos.  Information travels on light frequencies on a “cosmic internet” which we are connecting into as Earth’s ascends into a higher dimension, one where truth and discernment open our awareness to new portals of information.

Evidence of highly evolved civilizations throughout history indicate an erroneous account of our history. We must rewrite our cosmic history and restate our purpose as spiritual beings in order to advance our culture to a cosmic society.

Vanessa Lamorte (Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, US) This disclosure offers us a new opportunity to bring exoconsciousness to the conversation. While it most certainly feels agenda driven and may not represent the whole truth, this is still a major permission slip for us to bring what we know even more public.

Dr. Monica Borine (Director, Institute of Core Energetics, Clinical Psychologist, Brazil) It reveals that many other information will soon become public. It’s collaboration to emphasize the importance of the existence of the Exoconsciousness.

Darlene Van de Grift (Coach, Artist, Author, US) Disclosure offers us a platform to bring into reality for others the possibility of global ET connection. It brings us into the light of public awareness and acceptance of other species, who are similar to humans, or want to co-create with us.

Claudine Varesi (Coach, Translator, Artist, Teacher, Peru) It gives Legitimacy to our work. Free from the constrains of social ridicule of the ET subject, (prejudice and criticism) we have now much more capacity and power to create real and long-lasting transformation.

Neil Gould (Director, Exopolitics Hong Kong) It allows us to integrate ideas associated with Exo life into the mainstream worldview.

Joanne Summerscales (Founder, ET Newsroom, UK)  It gives us another degree of leverage in accessing and influencing in the positive,  main stream perceptions – also managed by those who have released this information…it is a small toe hold, which gives some credence/kudos to the field despite the  genesis of the disclosure, and one we can use to our advantage…I will be having and presenting an in-depth look at  the serious involvement and implications of the research on the UFO subject done by as per instructions from Churchill etc… Air Chief Marshal Hugh Caswall Tremenheere Dowding, 1st Baron Dowding, GCB, GCVO, CMG was an officer in the Royal Air Force (died 19870)

What do we, as individual experiencers and members of the Community of the Exoconscious, offer to Disclosure?

Miguel Mendonca (Author, Artist, UK) We can deepen the conversation by exploring the varied, yet often common learnings that come from encounters with non-human intelligences, and in particular, information on the interconnected, multidimensional nature of being.

Reuben Langdon (Filmmaker, Actor, US) As Individuals familiar with the phenomena we can each offer our personal and collective experiences and knowledge to a world that is just waking up. Guides and teachers to the unknown. As collective humanity steps into this new post disclosure era there will be many questions, many fears. Luckily for humanity many of us have already been down this path. Shining the light on the unknown and gaining great knowledge and experience to bring back. Like scout ships going to a foreign land, we all have our unique experiences with different races and societies from other dimensional realms. We are the bridges from here to there. The guides and teachers to the New Paradigm. Like taking a tour to a foreign land where the language and scenery is different. It’s always safer and more educational when you go with a guide. Don’t worry Humanity! It’s going to be a fun and safe ride for us all!

Carol Druehl and Joan Halbert (Founders IHCI, US) This is not a proven National threat; if it were, we would be long gone.

May we act in ways that encourage a benevolent outcome as we interact with new civilizations from off planet.

Dr. Rebecca Hardcastle Wright (Founder, Institute for Exoconsciousness) As extraterrestrial experiencers, we affirm the innate abilities of all humans to connect, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials. We are active, engaged Post Disclosure Citizens. Legitimized by the recent Disclosure. Consciously choosing and directing our future from the wisdom and experience of our extraterrestrial contact.

Krista Raisa (Artist, Channel, Teacher, US) While a person’s objective experience in a community like COTE provides a cold shower of truth, it is also a peace-bridge between nations.

Terri Sisley (ExoHealer, US) As individual experiencers and members of COTE, I believe we offer an authentic safe space and a stable platform of integrity for people who want to discuss ET-related information related to Disclosure and to explore what living in a post-Disclosure society may be like.

Marilyn Gewacke (Author, Teacher, Workshop Leader, US) We, contactees, are already in phase two of the ET experience.  We have gone beyond the “contact experience” per se and now many of us are receiving significant information from our ET family whether in downloads, channeling, or telepathic communication.  This information will be the impetus for transforming our consciousness and “making room” for the new paradigm of cosmic unity on Earth.  This will be the greatest definition of Disclosure in the future!

Deb West (Radio Host, Author, Researcher, US) As stewards of Earth, we must stay diligent in our pursuit of justice and honor of all life throughout the cosmos under universal law. Thru the Community of Exoconsciousness, the Galactic News Portal, with information from neighboring star systems throughout the cosmos, will allow people to be guided with information on how to connect to the galactic frequencies of higher realms and to evolve peacefully during humanity’s ascension.

Vanessa Lamorte (Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, US) We offer decades if not hundreds of years of research and experience together. We offer the personal perspective for why disclosure is happening and the expertise to support new individuals as they peel back the proverbial onion. BECAUSE…so they bring disclosure to table. Now what?! What do we do with it? People will need help moving through this and we are the people to do it.

Dr.Monica Borine (Director, Institute of Core Energetics, Clinical Psychologist, Brazil) We offer our personal experience while contacted and also as professionals working and researching many times for decade.

We are protagonists in the theme and agents of change. We can contribute by raising awareness of other people around the world. The interaction between extraterrestrials and humanity is part of the evolving development of our race. This interaction is necessary for the exchange between races and the maintenance of peace in the cosmos.

Darlene Van de Grift (Coach, Artist, Author, US) As an experiencer of 30 years, we bring an understanding of the beings we are in relationship with. We offer the opportunity for others to open their hearts and minds to embrace the differences within our own world and other worlds. We are the proof that we are not alone, and we are all one.

Claudine Varesi (Coach, Translator, Artist, Teacher, Peru) My work is to raise awareness by supporting research projects that investigate the consequences of ET contact / origins and evolution of mankind.  As members of COTE our focus is cooperation within our different approaches and fields of action.

When we manage to grow up from our “underdeveloped state” of humanity, Collective ET contact will be possible one day. It is our destiny.

Neil Gould (Director, Exopolitics Hong Kong) A sort of Track 2 experiencers diplomatic initiative will develop to moderate the Disclosure Spin put out by different interest groove.

Joanne Summerscales (Founder, ET Newsroom, UK) We offer a human (and other intelligence), point of view….an authentic response to a deeply impacting and life changing experience, which is imperative that the public at large come to understand as legitimate, relevant and educational. Essential for a positive influence in the longer term of how we can share and grow in the use of advanced, peaceful technologies, to support the continuation of life of planet Earth. Particularly, we are beacons in the melee of disinformation, place holders of the truth, honestly shared, as far as we know.

Glowing Auras and ‘Black Money’: The Pentagon’s Mysterious U.F.O. Program

by Helene Cooper, Ralph Blumenthal, and Leslie Kean        December 16, 2017         (nytimes.com)

 • Hidden in a $600 billion Pentagon budget in 2007 was $22 million set aside for the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program”. The program, run by military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, was ‘defunded’ in 2012. But officials say that the program has secretly continued through the US Navy and the CIA.

• The UFO research program was initiated by Nevada Democrat, Harry Reid, who tapped long-time friend, Robert Bigelow of Bigelow Aerospace in Las Vegas, to run the program. In May 2017, Bigelow said on CBS’s “60 Minutes” that he was “absolutely convinced” that aliens exist, and that UFOs have visited Earth. But Reid said that UFO sightings were not often reported because military service members were afraid they would be laughed at or stigmatized.

• In 1947, the Air Force began to study UFOs, and in 1951 initiated the now infamous ‘Project Blue Book’ which ended in 1969, concluding that most sightings involved stars, clouds, conventional aircraft or spy planes, although 701 reports remained unexplained.

• “Internationally, we are the most backward country in the world on this issue,” Mr. Bigelow said in the CBS interview. Harold E. Puthoff, an engineer who also worked on the Pentegon program and has researched extrasensory perception for the CIA, agreed with Bigelow saying, “Our scientists are scared of being ostracized, and our media is scared of the stigma. China and Russia are much more open and work on this with huge organizations within their countries. Smaller countries like Belgium, France, England and South American countries like Chile are more open, too. They are proactive and willing to discuss this topic, rather than being held back by a juvenile taboo.”

• Both Elizondo and Puthoff have now quit the government and joined Tom DeLonge’s new UFO disclosure initiative ‘To the Stars Academy’, speaking publicly about their efforts and raising funding for UFO research. Elizondo said that the UFO phenomena does not seem to originate from any country. “That fact is not something any government or institution should classify in order to keep secret from the people.”

[Editor’s Note]  See 2:57 minute “tic tac” UFO video below.

WASHINGTON — In the $600 billion annual Defense Department budgets, the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was almost impossible to find.

The shadowy program — parts of it remain classified — began in 2007, and initially it was largely funded at the request of Harry Reid, the Nevada Democrat who was the Senate majority leader at the time and who has long had an interest in space phenomena. Most of the money went to an aerospace research company run by a billionaire entrepreneur and longtime friend of Mr. Reid’s, Robert Bigelow, who is currently working with NASA to produce expandable craft for humans to use in space.

On CBS’s “60 Minutes” in May, Mr. Bigelow said he was “absolutely convinced” that aliens exist and that U.F.O.s have visited Earth.

Working with Mr. Bigelow’s Las Vegas-based company, the program produced documents that describe sightings of aircraft that seemed to move at very high velocities with no visible signs of propulsion, or that hovered with no apparent means of lift.

Officials with the program have also studied videos of encounters between unknown objects and American military aircraft — including one released in August of a whitish oval object, about the size of a commercial plane, chased by two Navy F/A-18F fighter jets from the aircraft carrier Nimitz off the coast of San Diego in 2004.

Mr. Reid, who retired from Congress this year, said he was proud of the program. “I’m not embarrassed or ashamed or sorry I got this thing going,” Mr. Reid said in a recent interview in Nevada. “I think it’s one of the good things I did in my congressional service. I’ve done something that no one has done before.”

Two other former senators and top members of a defense spending subcommittee — Ted Stevens, an Alaska Republican, and Daniel K. Inouye, a Hawaii Democrat — also supported the program. Mr. Stevens died in 2010, and Mr. Inouye in 2012.

While not addressing the merits of the program, Sara Seager, an astrophysicist at M.I.T., cautioned that not knowing the origin of an object does not mean that it is from another planet or galaxy. “When people claim to observe truly unusual phenomena, sometimes it’s worth investigating seriously,” she said. But, she added, “what people sometimes don’t get about science is that we often have phenomena that remain unexplained.”

James E. Oberg, a former NASA space shuttle engineer and the author of 10 books on spaceflight who often debunks U.F.O. sightings, was also doubtful. “There are plenty of prosaic events and human perceptual traits that can account for these stories,” Mr. Oberg said. “Lots of people are active in the air and don’t want others to know about it. They are happy to lurk unrecognized in the noise, or even to stir it up as camouflage.”

Still, Mr. Oberg said he welcomed research. “There could well be a pearl there,” he said.
In response to questions from The Times, Pentagon officials this month acknowledged the existence of the program, which began as part of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Officials insisted that the effort had ended after five years, in 2012.

“It was determined that there were other, higher priority issues that merited funding, and it was in the best interest of the DoD to make a change,” a Pentagon spokesman, Thomas Crosson, said in an email, referring to the Department of Defense.

But Mr. Elizondo said the only thing that had ended was the effort’s government funding, which dried up in 2012. From then on, Mr. Elizondo said in an interview, he worked with officials from the Navy and the C.I.A. He continued to work out of his Pentagon office until this past October, when he resigned to protest what he characterized as excessive secrecy and internal opposition.

“Why aren’t we spending more time and effort on this issue?” Mr. Elizondo wrote in a resignation letter to Defense Secretary Jim Mattis.
