Human Nature-Based Disclosure

How can we as “disclosure activists” and as practitioners of “exopolitics” (and, in many cases, as contact experiencers) really assist society to accept and to adapt to the disclosure of an extraterrestrial, multi-dimensional presence? Should we simply allow a more classic, militaristic interpretive tendency (as within the effort of To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences) convince politicians and citizens worldwide and let that extension of our political biases take its course or should we try to find another way of doing things?

I think that we (in fact, eventually, ALL of us and not just ‘experiencers’ who have been awakened to a vaster reality) must try to understand why we are as we are in terms of maintaining our personal identities, sense of meaning and moral politics. I think that our ability to see and our blindness impeding seeing how to “connect the dots” (in a healthy, healing, constructive way) is related to how consciousness itself is capable or not of embracing more aspects of reality in a coherent way. And some of the people speaking about this (although in less spiritual terms) are moral and developmental psychologists.  As boring as these studies might be (in contrast to cover-up revelations, for instance) they can serve as foundations based on empirical research to learn why we create dominance hierarchies and why we fight so much with each other, whether we are in the 0.1% elite group or in any other social strata.

In order to establish contact with healthy, benevolent interstellar beings on a par with their alleged lofty ideals and in a mutually beneficial fashion, with sovereignty as a species that can be sustained, we probably first need to be able to leave our”self-perpetuating wheel of unending conflict.”

What makes ‘sense’ to us is generally related to our intuitions of what is and is not. And this is an expression of the Principle of Identity. And the Principle of Identity (related to how we cognitively intuit what is and is not in our mental schemas and in relation to perception) is probably rooted in the equivalence of consciousness with being itself. It is rooted in the fact that we are (being) because we experience (cogito ergo sum). Thereafter, our interpretive experience is rooted in the self-evident fact that we first know that we are because we experience. It is an automatic part of our conscious awareness and even of our personal identity-based political operations in any “real world” we may be participating.

By extension, constructive “common cause” identity politics, and destructive, “common enemy” identity politics is based on that capacity of recognizing expressions of what is or of existence and being. We could summarize (according to some developmental psychologists like Kegan, Kohlberg, Peck, Cheryl, Gilligan, Fowler, Cook-Greuter, Baldwin, et al) our capacity to embrace and understand varies from person to person.

Levels of Ego Development according to one of the developmental psychologists, Suzanne Cook-Greuter. To face the challenge of DISCLOSURE we probably need a large percentage of the population and/or its cultural-political leaders in a Green (Pluralist), Teal or Turquoise stage of development. How could someone in a predominant “Amber” stage of ego development (the Diplomat- Conformist) act in the name of pluralist, world-centric values for the good of all humankind while willing to admit into his or her circle of care and concern non-human, extraterrestrial (or even intraterrestrial) beings?

It can be summarized as if the personal room for our consciousness and its degrees of possible embrace or identification with reality and interpretations were larger or smaller. It might also operate under a greater or lesser intensity of subjective walls or subdivisions in that inner conscious “space” or “room” and we would have biases possessing our conscious experience without us being aware of it, limiting how much and how we embrace what we disclose to ourselves in our experience.

The more we expand our consciousness as a permanent average trait the more we can embrace a “common emphasis” identity politics versus a “common enemy” identity politics. This issue related to how our CONSCIOUSNESS is freer and more inclusive or instead possessed by inner walls and biases that affect our interpersonal relationships, politics, ufology, disclosure. If we do not nourish a trusting environment we may not be ready for healthy social coordination after major UFO, experiencer revelations.

According to Ken Wilber (working with the information provided by some of those developmental psychologists) a large percentage of the population primarily functions in a premodern, mythic, authority-based level of development coloring their self-identities in which it is IMPOSSIBLE to feel, think, value and include multiple truths multilaterally, fact-based and pluralistically, or in a true modern democratic way, not to speak of the capacity to find a way to harmonize ideological differences via an integrative approach.

Dr. Jonathan Haidt emphasizes (conservative and liberal) moral TENDENCIES (rather than developmental levels) affecting self-identity and identity politics but his work is seriously related to this discourse and to how disclosure activists may effectively work in society beyond participating (even if based on reason) in the blame game.

In a world that needs to come together to process shared human problems: degradation of the oceans, climate change, nuclear warheads, terrorism across borders, artificial intelligence and job loss, information glut, and a long etc, the popularity of ethnic nationalism (now achieving power through democratic elections) is dismantling the international order that (at least in principle) promoted larger swaths of humanity to come together in cooperation with healthy democracies around a world of shared human rights using reason and facts to agree in applications.

How can a “post-truth” world order or a more disunited world made up of more dominating but competing for populist, nationalist polities welcome “the others”? (ETs). How can societies learn to deal in a constructive way and as part of a more unified global humanity if an “us vs them” mentality prevails?

If the classical liberal institutions and classical liberal people’s values in the world are in disarray as we tend to hold on to limited answers, how are we going to add the cultural challenge of verifying an extraterrestrial presence? The “rooms” or “spaces” in our consciousnesses need to expand.

I propose that as “disclosure activists” we also need to understand our own human psychology and what motivates us in order to engage in a more intelligent disclosure discourse and activism. Are most of us liberals (in the liberals vs conservative sense)? How can we value and speak with conservatives (both recognized by Wilber and Haidt as necessary)?

I definitely think that we need to study the work of moral psychologists like Johnathan Haidt and also the works of integrative philosopher Ken Wilber (who emphasizes developmental psychology). One emphasizes tendencies and, the other, capacities. And we need to understand both if we are to become aware of why we are how we are and why we become so invested in our beliefs.

If we are to overcome what may be the greatest challenge of all (probably challenging human nature as we normally experience it) we need to rise beyond opinions about each other. It must even go beyond the genuine and fantastic critiques of what an elite may be doing to us to retain control of us.

In order to be politically and exopolitically responsible we must really focus on understanding our tendencies and that of others (in regular citizens as well as elites and, simply, those in positions of leadership), tendencies naturally bearing on the degree of openness, personal biases and/or various specific interests toward the complex issue of disclosure. Simultaneously, we also need to understand why (sometimes, due to developmental level incapacity) many cannot rise to the challenge of disclosure because they – quite simply – they cannot rise above standard belief systems and cohere explanations discovering what they have in common and – from this platform – inform, share, educate.

The greatest transformative challenge humanity faces would be so deeply transformative that it cannot simply be based on simplistic belief system solutions. Revealing the degree of mischievousness with which an elite controls the cover-up or if a handful of contactees communicating with “space brothers” were – after all – correct in what, otherwise, looked like airy-fairy recommendations and narratives would be probably remain superficial, cosmetic solutions prone to produce more interpersonal conflict unless ‘we’ who care about truth, evolution and disclosure (at least as many of us as possible) come to value understanding why we are as we are, what can we really become and how to go about educating and transforming our current manifestations of “human nature.” This is why we need to expand our sphere of interest into Social Psychology, Behavioral Genetics, Biosociology, and other sources of information that shed light upon our “human nature.”

Thus far, the “UFO community” has made some contributions to society at large (albeit mostly preaching to the choir) but has not been able to provide a basis to come to basic agreements or to integrate the best information. We are also divided by our tendencies, often to the point of not recognizing each others’ contributions. So, we have also shown to the world how we subdivide ourselves as any other social group with a political message.

Do we simply need to become more conscious through more validated or grounded revelations, information, and through spiritual practices or do we need to re-engineer our tendencies and our developmental capacities by re-engineering our genes or simply becoming aware of why we are as we are (and to change our behavior and attitudes accordingly) is the key to become politically and exopolitically successful “citizens” in a complex, multi-dimensional cosmos?

A person to keep in mind to deepen this necessary conversation is Dr. Sean Esbjörn-Hargens who (probably in 2019) will be exploring (from an Integral Meta-Theory perspective) the issue of extraterrestrial contacts, Ufology, society, exopolitics.

47 pages from the DIA: Why Should We Care?

In June of 2017 Heather Wade received a low legibility copy of 47 pages of text by email (see footnote) from a source yet to be identified. Because of the lack of provenance, together with the presence of some grammar and spelling errors, several well-known UFO researchers rejected this document as just another way for hoaxers to confuse serious UFO students and waste our time. Furthermore, the document was difficult to read in some spots. On the other hand, neither well-known Stan Friedman nor myself, both of whom have some credibility in document authentication, have yet to comment.

The critics

Respected investigative reporter Linda Moulton Howe sought the opinion of a classification expert, who claimed numerous instances of inconsistency with known procedures of the era. Also, my occasional colleague and superb writer Nick Redfern offered multiple arguments against authenticity in two releases in June 2017. He claimed these pages were “not the real thing” because of numerous typographical errors “typically, you don’t see in government records”; because of inconsistency with the Eisenhower Briefing Document; and because of his incredulity of the EBE remarks. His second release offered four more anti-authenticity themes:  (1) they’re not real because of errors in the Roswell debris recovery (true) and that the alleged Flat Rock genuine UFO base was actually first-named in the Crichton’s great fiction work, The Andromeda Strain. (2) they’re “suggestive of disinformation campaigns that had tales of crashed UFOs at their heart”; (3) they are a hoax, citing examples of prior hoaxes; (4) they are an experiment, by “a UFO skeptic, someone who is looking to see the major figures in the Roswell field endorse the papers, and as a result, come crashing down.”

However, at essentially the same time, Michael Salla offered two releases on his website www.exopolitics.org (which can still be found under Exopolitics Comments 395 and 396 there) and noted that both Dr. Wood and Stanton Friedman had stated they saw no evidence of forgery.  He also noted the document’s content as dealing with US diplomatic relations with ETs, the possible role of Nikola Tesla, and the apparent interviews with an EBE recovered during the Aztec crash. His second release placed emphasis on the exceptional correlation of the questioned document (10 pages of 47) with the story details told in the historic UFO best seller, Behind the Flying Saucers, by Frank Scully, thereby implying that there was leak from the genuine crash investigation described in superb detail. Dr. Salla recommended further study of the 47 pages. I have done this.

It is not my plan in this article to argue pro or con these early releases by respected ufologists, but to tell the reader what I did that is new.

Reconstruction of the document

Because the 47 pages were very hard to read, I took the initiative to retype the document initially to understand what the words were. It became immediately apparent that this was originally typed on a typewriter because the character spacing was consistent with Elite typewriter font of 12 characters per inch. This knowledge also permitted the identification of “hard-to-read” words. Furthermore, it then became possible to clarify the exact errors in spelling and grammar and to create a table that identified each of them. It was also apparent that there were very likely two typists involved because for the first two sections, there were three spaces at the beginning of a new paragraph, and the last three sections had four spaces. It is commonly accepted that typists have their personalized preferences on how many spaces to use to begin a paragraph, thereby strongly suggesting two typists. This could be deemed important because it seems unlikely that someone hoaxing such a document would farm the work out to two different people, although this could be argued.

Everyone reading these pages has immediately noticed minor errors, and the retyping, together with an excellent knowledge of English and ufology, with the assistance of longtime skeptical researcher Steve Gill of MUFON Orange County, permitted the identification of 80 errors. These are shown in the adjacent columns. The nature of the errors is given in a summary table nearby. However, see the detailed table also nearby. If one contemplates why there were so many errors made in a document officially recorded on a microfilm, and you pronounce the word or phrase on the left and look at the correct one on the right, usually they sound essentially the same. This would be consistent with the document having been created as a result of taking dictation and having two different typists implement the words on paper. Furthermore, all the 15 errors for “its” are done by the typist who liked four spaces to start a paragraph. The other typist was asked to type “its” only three times and did them correctly each time. This is a reaffirmation that there were two typists, both dealing with dictated words, to create this document. This would be consistent with MJ-12 (stated in this case to be individual MJ-1) having dictated a one-time entry-level summary for the new person, since one apparently was not available from prior written records at the time of the alleged briefing.

Scope of the 47 pages

This MUFON Journal article will not attempt to hit all the fascinating highlights of the 47 pages in question. Each reader should order an easy-to-read copy rather than try to get the poor legibility download. See Journal ad on inside back cover. Basically, there are five parts of intellectual content: (1) objective, history and organization of MJ-12; (2) details of the 1947 Roswell crash recovery; (3) details of the 1948 Aztec crash recovery; (4) condensed conversations with the Aztec EBE; and (5) issue of the national security or the risk of cultural upheaval, together with diplomatic and cultural exchanges during the 70s and 80s visiting some of EBE’s worlds. Each of these, if factually correct, is a fascinating read, especially if you think of it as what was being told to a distinguished scientist as he was being formally briefed.

Who was being briefed?

There is a page with a signature on it, showing at the bottom left and replicated here. Shown for comparison are two signatures of distinguished professor Philip Morrison, one upon receiving his doctorate, and one at the bottom when he was at Cornell University. I am still seeking an example signature from MIT when he was older. Philip Morrison was a very distinguished professor, who was a protégé of Oppenheimer and very likely was “in the know” on security issues, although I have no evidence of this. There is evidence, however, that he was very collegial with Carl Sagan during his career, helping to arrange a symposium at the conclusion of the Colorado study in Boston. This event included Allen Hynek and James McDonald as speakers. Yours truly was also present, and I had the opportunity to shake Professor Morrison’s hand on that occasion, since I hadn’t seen him since he signed off on giving me my PhD at Cornell in 1953. Philip Morrison was the reviewer asked by the Scientific American magazine to write a book review about once a month, and I recall reading the exceptionally sophisticated evaluations of worthwhile literature.

Signature analysis

This is the only signature on the document, and the first question might be whether it was the entry level person being briefed or the briefer. It seems much more reasonable that it was the person being briefed. The first three letters of the signature are in caps, PHI without completing the rest of the first name. If this indeed was Philip Morrison signing, he might have been told as he was signing that he couldn’t use block letters – they needed his real signature – and so he continued with his last name in script. Overall, what is the probability that the first three letters of a first name and the first four letters of a last name match a random name? This low probability is, I believe, strong indication that the person being briefed was Philip Morrison. Many have speculated that Carl Sagan, good friend and colleague of Philip Morrison, may have been the replacement for Don Menzel, the astronomer who was named originally as MJ-10 in the Eisenhower Briefing Document.

Another surprise: 30 patents based on the Aztec recovery?

While the 47 pages are filled with exceptional detail on many aspects of what MJ-12 wanted to tell the entry level person, some of these details had never been revealed, such as the specific names of those scientists who were involved in the crash recovery and how their specialties might relate. One of those was Horace Van Valkenburgh, whose name was misspelled Valkenberg in the document (remember: dictation?) and was identified as Director of the School of Metallurgy at the University of Colorado, an expert in analytical chemistry. It also stated that he was the holder of over 30 patents “based on research he began after his analysis of the structural materials of the disc-craft.” This seemed to be something that could be checked out, so I stopped by the UC Boulder library during a visit and found out that I needed to check with the archives. I usually have dinner with my half brother David when I’m in town, and I told him a bit about Van Valkenburgh and he remembered that our father used to be friends with a Professor Van Valkenburgh at the Boulder Rotary Club. He personally thought he remembered meeting his son or grandson, “Skip.” David mentioned this to our sister Phoebe Jane who immediately sent me an address and phone for Skip Van Valkenburgh. So, I called him, and he answered the phone. I asked him if he knew of a Van Valkenburgh who might have been at the University of Colorado in 1948, and he immediately said that would be his Grandfather, Horace B. Van Valkenburgh II. He said his grandfather moved to Arizona after retirement in 1951 and lived until 1961. Skip seemed to be quite interested in this story and I subsequently emailed him the paragraph that described his apparent grandfather. He asked some more questions  and found that allegedly there had been a Van Valkenburgh who published an article in the Saucerian magazine, edited by Gray Barker that was a technical article about a crash recovery. The reference is Van Valkenburgh, H.B. UFO PROPULSION: ENGINES AND FUELS, ELECTRIC GENERATORS, HEAT GENERATORS, CHEAP ELECTRICITY. Clarksburg, W.Va.: Saucerian, 1981. 32p. I am attempting to get a copy of this article from the Clarksburg West Virginia library. Old copies of the Saucerian are selling on Amazon for hundreds of dollars.

Search for the patents

It would be exceptionally interesting if there have been patents issued to Van Valkenburgh II. (VVII). His son was VVIII and was a patent attorney so there are several entries with that name. However, assuming that the patent office does not make errors of II vs III in name suffixes, a search of patents has yielded no patents for Horace B. Van Valkenburgh II.  It is established that VVII was a professor at the University of Colorado at that time, but he was a professor of chemistry, specializing in inorganics. There was no Department of Metallurgy.

Assuming that the DIA 47 pages are correct, and that 30 patents mentioned were based on the technical discoveries from the Aztec vehicle, either the patents were classified (USPO claims that all patents are public property, so the patent application is what would have been classified.) Therefore, one needs to find the original copies of the applications. I have spoken with the Arizona State University archives and they do not have any applications unfiled under the name Van Valkenburgh or Van Valkenberg. They thought that the U. of Arizona would be unlikely to have an archive containing patent applications. Therefore, the hunt for the alleged 30 + patents attributed to Van Valkenburgh remains alive.

Authenticity Summary

A careful reading of these 47 pages has led me to encapsulate the arguments for authenticity as follows:

  • The numerous spelling errors are consistent with two different typists working from dictated words for the narrative 37 pages that I retyped. The probability that a hoaxer would have two different people type the document and then not proofread it seems very small.
  • If it is not a hoax, it states that is was dictated by MJ-1, who would be a very busy executive and might not take the time to proofread it since it seems likely that all copies for the meeting would have been routinely destroyed, including for the one that was used by security to make the microfilm apparently required by DIA security, the apparent source of the document we now have.
  • Michael Crichton’s The Andromeda Strain was published in May 1969. It is quite reasonable that the “Digger Command” location name of Flat Rock would have been humorously selected after that time based on the secrecy in the novel, and conjecture thus favors authenticity.
  • The Eisenhower Briefing Document of 1952 states that the second crash occurred in 1960. This would be inconsistent with the Aztec crash following Roswell eight months later. The Aztec crash included the recovery of a live alien, and it is quite reasonable that Majestic Twelve did not want Ike to know this much. Keeping this secret from the President and the public would be logical and supports authenticity. The “White Hot” report contains redactions consistent with deleting all references to recovered aliens. See majesticdocuments.com.
  • The apparent signature of Philip Morrison would be very consistent with him being the entry-level person being briefed. His early relationship with Oppenheimer, his distinguished career at Cornell and MIT, and his relationship with Carl Sagan support that this briefing was given to an appropriate person.
  • The validation that Horace Van Valkenburgh II was the right person at the right time to have been deeply involved in the Aztec crash recovery. Although the search for 30 patents has yielded zero, it is possible that the patents were indeed never issued. The document stated that he was the holder of 30 patents, possibly alluding correctly to patent applications that are still classified.

Why should we care?

MUFON’s goal has always been to do the research to find the truth. It is well-known that Government policies have been consistent with concealing from the public those matters that would upset our society, and secrecy has been used to accomplish this. Therefore, the content of these 47 pages is consistent with what a newcomer to the classified UFO program should know about, as stated by Majestic Twelve.

However, because of the compartmentalization of classified material, it is possible that even Majestic Twelve did now know that the Navy was working on reverse engineering of a crashed UFO from the “Battle of L.A.” in 1942,* since MJ-12 was not formed until 1947. It is also possible that the scope of MJ-12 was limited. This document is a summary and is stated to be part of the Aquarius Project, just one of several.

Therefore, if our goal is to get the whole truth, we need to keep probing the edges of all links relentlessly, with these 47 pages being just one lucky leak that was not expected or controlled by any master plan. Dozens of Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs) have funded trillions of our dollars since the 1940’s.  These 47 pages describe  just a tiny portion of what has been done. More leaks like this may describe the truth about the reality of our reverse engineering achievements and the procedures used to interact with other ETs and achieve secret goals only dreamed of by most people.

More Details on Government UFO Findings Could Be Forthcoming

• Luis Elizondo (pictured above with George Knapp), the former head of the Pentagon’s UFO study and current member of the ‘To The Stars Academy’, has been dropping strong hints that, behind the scenes, a new broader effort to accumulate classified UFO reports, testimony, and evidence is underway, both inside and outside the government.

• In a recent interview with the I-Team’s George Knapp (see 3:50 minute excerpt from the interview below), Elizondo was asked, “When you say, something big is coming, what does that mean?” “I think we have a much better understanding in the depth and scope that the Department of Defense has played in recent times, not historical 40s and 50s. I’m talking very recent regarding the UFO phenomenon. I think people will be surprised just how frequent and the volume in which these things are apparently recorded and observed by active duty military people on missions, around the world, by the way,” Elizondo said.

• When Elizondo left the military and joined To The Stars Academy, he was instrumental in convincing the New York Times to publish a blockbuster front page story about the Pentagon UFO study. Media and public interest throughout 2018 have resulted in closed door briefings and testimony before senior staff and members of Congress.

• Elizondo hints that official interest in UFOs has been aroused. “For some people, this UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon) issue, they’re really learning about it for the first time, despite what they may have seen on popular TV or maybe in some movie, this is really the first time they’re being told. Hey Jack or Jane, this is a serious topic. This is something your Department of Defense has been tracking.”

• To The Stars Academy has launched its own public outreach efforts, including meetings with foreign military officials, and scientific analysis of baffling samples of metamaterials acquired from so-called crash sites. Elizondo says it’s too early to reveal what that analysis has uncovered, but says the initial work is promising.

Five (Recent) Signs That Alien Life Exists in Universe

Five clear signs which indicate the presence of extraterrestrial existence:

• NASA Admission – A study report recently submitted by Silvano P. Colombano, a top scientist at NASA’s Ames Research Centre has suggested that advanced alien life forms might have already visited the Earth, but went unnoticed.

• Fast Radio Bursts – Bright pulses of radio emissions that last just milliseconds can be detected by powerful instruments located on the Earth. In September, an observatory in Australia detected 20 mysterious signals from deep space, with 19 of them coming from a new source. These fast radio bursts could be sent by advanced alien civilizations to proclaim their existence.

• UFO Activity – YouTube is loaded with a lot of UFO videos. Most of them show triangular craft hovering in the skies. Even the Pentagon has released military videos of UFOs, although neither NASA nor the government have bothered to acknowledge or explain what we are looking at.

• Lake on Mars – In July, NASA discovered a 12 miles wide lake underneath a glacier on Mars providing a habitat for aliens.

• Oumuamua “Asteroid” – Harvard astronomer Abraham Loeb had recently suggested that interstellar asteroid Oumuamua could actually be an alien spaceship due to the unexpected acceleration gained by the object during its course. Loeb also indicated that there might be many alien artifacts lurking within our solar system.

 

The existence of alien life is still the most perplexing question addressed by space experts all across the world. Even though scientists have speculated the existence of alien life somewhere in the depths of deep space, neither the NASA nor the ESA has succeeded in obtaining a concrete proof which substantiates the existence of extraterrestrial beings.

However, there are some visible proofs which raise speculations of possible alien life, sometimes, within our solar system. International Business Times, India presents you with five clear signs which indicate the presence of extraterrestrial existence.

NASA expert admits the existence of alien life

A few days back, a study report submitted by Silvano P Colombano, a top scientist at NASA’s Ames Research Centre has suggested that alien life forms might have already visited the earth.

As per Colombano, aliens from deep space might not necessarily use traditional building blocks of life which is carbon, and this might be the reason why these extraterrestrials went unnoticed in human probes. The NASA scientist also added that the alien beings that visited the earth might be more advanced than humans, and suggested that they could do interstellar space travel.

Mysterious Fast Radio Bursts

Mysterious Fast Radio Bursts (FRB) is another crucial sign that aliens might be living somewhere in the universe. Even though most of the FRBs last just milliseconds, their bright pulses of radio emissions can be detected by powerful instruments located on the earth.

Interestingly, in September, an observatory in Australia named Australian Square Kilometre Array Pathfinder (ASKAP) successfully detected 20 mysterious signals from deep space. Shockingly, out of the 20 radio bursts, 19 came from an entirely new source.

Some space scientists believe that these fast radio bursts are being sent by advanced alien civilizations to proclaim their existence.

Increased UFO sightings

In December 2017, the Pentagon admitted that they have conducted an investigation program named AATIP (Advanced Areal Threat Identification Program) to unveil the mysteries surrounding unidentified flying objects (UFO). The US agency also released a video of a UFO that performs several manoeuvres in the air, as if it defies all the laws of modern physics.

Apart from this video, YouTube is loaded with a lot of UFO videos, most of them that shows triangular flying objects hovering in the skies. Even though most of these clips have gone viral, neither the NASA nor the United States government has bothered to share their views about these sightings.

Some PROS and CONS about the Nazca-Palpa 3-finger, humanoid bodies: Some objections and answers to objections about the genuine nature of some Nasca-Palpa tridactyl specimens:
 
FIRST: Some objections from trained Peruvian scientists associated with the Public Ministry and Some Answers to those objections.
 
Flavio Estrada, forensic archaeologist. Flavio Estrada Founder of the Legal Medicine Institute of Forensic Sciences of the Public Ministry. A serious institute, they know of ancient bodies and also investigations of criminology depend on evaluations by this institution.
 
Referring to small samples of heads. There has never been a square foramen magnum. The worst thing is that the samples DO NOT HAVE POINTS OF CONTACT WITH THE FIRST CERVICAL VERTEBRA because they DO NOT HAVE CONDYLES. It also seems to have a skin that covers the foramen magnum. That is not possible.
 
The X-ray of a supposed humanoid of 15 cm shows an animal skull. The mouth is where the foramen magnum hole of an animal should be (in the back). They just gave it a mouth shape. Where there is this false mouth there are condyles. The armed object does not have an auditory canal. The safest candidate is a canid. The muzzle or zygomatic arches were removed and a false skin was placed on it. Internet videos admit that these samples are part of the general set.
 
One of the samples of supposed humanoid does not have clavicles and without clavicles, it is impossible that the shoulder blades could have taken a posterior position as seen.
 
The bones of the legs have been cut. The terminations are flat. They do not have the necessary epiphysis or termination for the joint.
 
Referring to a large hand: There is no anatomical correlation. They have used bones of humans, infants, children, and adults. In the hand shown the phalange (small) is upside down.
 
Dr Ernesto Ávalos (pharmaceutical chemist). Seeing 2 samples He found palmitic acid (a fat), paraffin (a wax), glue, polyethylene vinyl acetate, cellulose. All are current components.
 
Magister Pedro Pérez specialized in tomography: The density of the supposed eggs is of an average of 1935 HU. It surpasses the bone. It means that it is of a metallic density. In addition, the metal density image makes ‘artifact’ as if they had placed a kind of screw. The question is whether it is a prosthesis or a simple metal or screw to hold the leg to the hip?
 
Question: Are the Public Ministry experts using the HU units (Hounsfield) because in those units the bone can reach 3000 HU. Question: Can the hardness of the supposed eggs be due to calcification?
 
The pelvis of one of the samples is placed on the legs and being that way I WOULD NOT HAVE WALKED.
 
On the radiography of María: In her foot tomography Pedro Pérez Magister in public health, specialized in tomography. Part of the team of the Legal Medicine Institute of the Public Ministry. He sees that METATARSALS have been added to hand CARPALS and …
 
Objection: Perhaps the best quality images are not the ones that have been used.
 
In María, forensic archaeologist Flavio Estrada detects a thoracic level lesion perhaps caused by tuberculosis. The teeth are completely human. He thinks an ancient human remain has been desecrated and that his is a serious crime.
 
Several months ago, two French scientists opined based on the images available at the time:

One of the specimens could not have moved the wrist. Anatomically it does not work. We could have chosen bones better adapted to arm them.
 
According to the French: Dr. José de Jesus Salce says he sees tendons but that’s an imaginary thing since you do not see tendons. Will sinews now be seen with clearer images?
 
Alberto’s pelvis is on his legs and could not have walked, the French, they said.
 
Magnetic resonance imaging does not give us good information. They would have used a scanner.
 
All reptiles have 2 bones in the forearm but we see a scheme that is neither reptilian nor ET but crazy. They have assembled using mammalian bones with animal cartilages in formation.
 
Jois Mantilla practically accused Flavio Estrada of being detractor Lucas McLovin! Those suspicions were placed on his Facebook wall. They only create resentment and suspicion just when it was necessary for scientists to be inclined to meet and dialogue.
 
Pity that José de Jesus Salce (the Mexican medical antropologist) left Perú without talking to Flavio Estrada (the Peruvian forensic archaeologist). Without so many people between them perhaps they would have met and debated constructively! It may still happen soon. 
 
Dr. Walter Nuñez (a physician that has interesting opinions on the scientific procedures) declared in Radio Capital “Journey to Another Dimension” to have been threatened. He says he knows Lucas McLovin and Estrada and that they are not the same person. That one is short and young and the other tall and older.
 
It was reported on a radio-cable show (Viaje a otra Dimensión) by Anthony Choy and by Dr. Nuñez that extremists and trolls arrived with threats in Spanish and English. Are they true believers? Are they paid? A bit of both?
 
Dr. Choy mentioned that in the report presented to the Congress the objections of the French, another Russian (Dr. Varanov), Salas Gismondi, Elsa Tomasto, Guido Lombardi were excluded.

The Mexican biologist José de la Cruz Ríos explains that part of the objections are based on old X-ray images. That he will be able to demonstrate based on tomographies of higher quality than the supposedly cut bones are not. That soon will show a report on the pulled inside the eggs of Josefina.
 
That a comparative analysis with 4 quadrupedal mammals clearly showed that no canid skulls have been used. In addition, the already described traits can help to demonstrate that they are something else including already clearly identified bones.
 
That the current tomographies reveal traits that until now were not known, clarifying their authenticity. And regarding the circular type pelvis, there are weave between both joints and there was a type of movement towards a single direction which can be seen clearly with the NEW TOMOGRAPHIES.
 
Can you explain the problem of the pelvis? The biologist José De la Cruz Rios mentions that regarding the circular type PELVIS there are tissues between both joints and there was a type of movement towards a single direction and that they can be clearly seen in the tomographies. In addition, said structure is hollow like the bones of this creature; a unique feature of dinosaurs and terapods and current birds. Not mammalian bones as they claim they were used to arm them.
 
In addition, there are pathways of neurovascular bundles, a reproductive organ, eggs being formed, a food pipeline, and so on.
 
The HU density found in Josefina highest is 5000 and it is in the metal plate.
 
There is also a histological analysis of the skin that demonstrates its similar nature to the scales of reptiles. And every time that skin has protuberances of amorphous material inside never described before.
 
In HU measurements, eggs of more than 2000 Hu are still descended due to their calcification status of around 1000 years.
 
The tympanic bullae of the skull are around 1000Hu.
 
An important fact is that from the bone of the pelvis that forms the hip that are circular, a sample was taken for the dating. The result was about 1000 years. And from that same specimen Victoria the skin gave a dating equal to 1000 years. The first bone study was from UNSM Mexico and the second from the skin was from Brazil.
 
Do not forget that Krawix (Paul Ronceros) altered the pieces analyzed by them and on that they have not spoken. If some of Krawix’s pieces have modern compounds to make the soft tissue, they can not be “old fabrications.”

Definitely, there are fake bodies with fabricated tissue but (out of respect for several scientific investigations) there could also be genuine ones. Out of the possibility that some bodies may be genuine and because several scientists are favorable to them, the Peruvian State should try to preserve them in a safe place for a careful multidisciplinary study. 
 
The team of Ávalos, Estrada and Pérez may have analyzed the fake specimens and may have not been able to see the best, high-resolution images. I became more aware of this after speaking with Mr. William Galison and with biologist De la Cruz Rios. Perhaps tendons not seen in the first images are now visible?
 
Do some specimens have hollow bones as mentioned in the conference in the Peruvian Congress? 
 
Do the anomalous genetic tests results coincide with the specimens whose high-resolution images show unique species anomalies that may be seen as fabricated deformities without the proper equipment?  
 
A question is whether the images seen by Peruvian scientists to give their report are good enough and are images of the most appropriate bodies or specimens … the bodies that, for example, Inkari wants the Peruvian State to preserve for further study.
 
Unfortunately, the Peruvian scientists associated with the Public Ministry (Pedro Pérez, Ernesto Ávalos, Flavio Estrada) who (through ASPAST) invited a debate at 5PM but failed to debate in part because the press conference (after the presentation at the Congress) ended at 5.15PM!

A Refutation of the Alleged Three Finger Nazca Humanoid “Mummies”

I don’t know if all of the alleged three-finger, humanoid bodies found in the Nazca-Palpa region are fakes but before November 19th, 2018 I was more inclined to think that some could be genuine. Today, I’m a bit more inclined to think that most or all could be fake.  But the careful comparison of the conclusions given by scientists who are in favor and those who are against still needs to happen under a civilized debate between them.

NOVEMBER 19TH, 2018

Various scientists came to Peru with Jaime Maussan and Gaia TV and presented in the Peruvian Congress results from studies of the alleged three-finger, Nazca humanoids. Some Peruvian medical doctors also participated. And also the Inkari Institute which also conducted an analysis of samples related with the alleged three-finger humanoid “mummies” from Nazca-Palpa. They presented in the Peruvian Congress from about 9 AM to 1 PM on November, 19th, 2018. The event was hosted by Congressman Armando Villanueva from Cuzco.

Later on that same day there was another presentation by Peruvian scientists who had analyzed for the state some the samples but which had concluded that they were fake, constructed bodies. I will first report on the findings by this group of scientists.

The Peruvian Astrobiology Association had invited the first group of scientists (those that spoke before Congress) to a scientific debate on that same (November 19th, 2018) after 5PM but, for unknown reasons, they didn’t come. So, instead of a debate, there was an exposition of findings against the veracity of the three finger bodies. This exposition took place at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).

Since I was not able to go to the presentation in Peru’s Congress (because only the mass media had been invited, I’m told), I went later on at 5PM to listen to the scientists that held an opposite view to the one heard at the Congress.

These are some notes from the conference of Peruvian scientists who physically analyzed some of the specimens of possible Nasca-Palpa tridactyl humanoids. November 19, 2018. In contrast with the scientists that presented at the Peruvian Congress, their studies lead them to conclude that the alleged three-finger humanoid bodies are fakes, modern assemblages.

Magister Flavio Estrada, a forensic archaeologist, founder of the Specialized Forensic Laboratory of the Legal Medicine Institute of Forensic Sciences of the Public Ministry, former professor of physical anthropology at the UNMSM.

No living being has a square magnus foramen hole. The specimen shown does not have condyles or point of contact with the first cervical vertebra. The hole is flat and – anatomically speaking – does not exist. A presumed skin covers the edges of the alleged magnum hole. It is impossible for the skin to extend all the way and locate there.

Referring to a small body:
It does not seem to have an anatomical correlation. It has no clavicle and without it the shoulder blades take a posterior position, which is not possible.

The neck has no vertebrae in one of the samples of a supposed humanoid. The x-ray shows that the neck is formed by the middle part of a long bone or diaphysis and was placed inside a head like a pivot. The head shows the tricuspid teeth of a small mammal.

The knee was cut and levered. The leverage pulls out a substance that looks like like a tongue. There is no epiphysis or adaptive bulbous end in the long bones. There is nothing that binds the bones.

Speaking about an x-ray of a long hand of 3 fingers. There is no anatomical correlation. Diaphyses of human adults and combined human children are observed to build the hand. The 3 long fingers constructed with a combination of metacarpals and phalanges.

Dr. Ernesto Ávalos, a pharmaceutical chemist from the National Major Univ. Of San Marcos (UNMSM). He participated in a first report at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of Nasca. He made infrared spectroscopy analysis to a sample of supposed flesh that covers the bones of a supposed humanoid tridactyl of Nasca-Palpa. The molecules of the sample react to infrared light and transmit unique microwaves for each element part of a molecule. The molecules discovered: In greater quantity: palmitic acid (oil), paraffin (wax). In smaller quantity: glue, polyethylene vinyl acetate (plastic). All modern components.

In another sample: Paper.
In another sample: Glue, paraffin, plastic, cyanoacrylate, polystyrenes, acetates, celluloses (papers), wood remains.
The joints of the bones and the supposed skins that covered the skulls were studied.
Pectin, acanthus gum.
In general: glues, paper, plastics and vegetable fiber.
The prosecutor’s samples were part of the same lot as those from analyzed by scientists associated with Gaia TV, Instituto Inkari, Jaime Maussan and Tercer Milenio. But – in terms of physical samples available – they are not the largest samples.

The antiquity of the skeletal remains was determined by other professionals.

Pedro Pérez: Specialist in tomography: Presentation at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos: The density of the presumed eggs of the Josefina specimen is similar to the density of a metal. There are denser femur bones and less dense femur bones combined to form the legs in the same specimen. In the specimen called “Alberto” there is a metal on one side. Observing the tomography of the feet of “Maria” metatarsals have been added to the carpus of the hand.

Due to misunderstandings of different sorts, both groups of scientists have not met to compare studies, dialogue and debate! Their respective organizers, supporters and often individual scientists in both groups often criticize each other’s intentions and methods without actually meeting in a congenial way to exchange studies and ideas.

Some say there are economic interests on the pro humanoid part.

To be fair, at some point, later on, I’ll try to summarize some of the research findings expressed by the scientists that went to the Peruvian Congress. For now I’ll say that several genetic laboratories found that the samples taken from different specimens were not human.

But the following link is the 4-hour presentation (in Spanish) they gave in favor of the anomalous nature of many of the alleged three-finger humanoids. Let’s remember that there are several samples of different sizes and characteristics. The link is of the presentation that took place in the Peruvian Congress on the morning of November 19, 2018. It must be carefully contrasted with what the opposing group of scientists presented.

UPDATE: As of today – February 25, 2019 – (and also already in November, 2018), after publishing this article and seeing that more evidence in favor was forthcoming and after carefully listening to both sides of the debate, I became once again more convinced that SOME SPECIMENS ARE GENUINE.  These evaluations do not come from a fanatic, dogmatic position but as an attempt to know the objective truth.

Please note that, even while writing this article, I never abandoned the idea that some could be genuine. I was only temporarily a somewhat more inclined against it.  But it is difficult to be scientifically neutral because it lends itself to misunderstanding. While I was trying to be neutral some people strongly in favor of the specimens being genuine thought that I was a detractor and the others that I was an unscientific ‘believer’. 

Soon after I wrote this article, I became aware of better images and other reports. An extensive, in-depth, genetic test performed on a smaller (60 cm long approx) specimen and other important analysis and pieces of evidence swayed my evaluation more in favor soon once again after I had posted this article.

I have not only tried to listen to scientists vying for both sides of the issue but have also tried to facilitate them getting together to have decent conversations instead of negatively criticizing each other often in an ad hominem manner. 

The main purpose for writing this article was to give both groups of scientists (in favor and against) a fair hearing. It should be clear that the “refutation” in the title of this article is not my refutation per se but that which was presented by scientists at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

Side note:

There has been controversy regarding who found the specimens and under what circumstances, including the lack of a clearly known archeological context. This has been used to dismiss the entire case or to object to further studies. In fact, I have been called “stupid” and crazy” by name and surname in the airwaves (radio and cable TV) for stating an opinion. This is called DEFAMATION.  The opinion which I still sustain is that since we have physical, biological specimens at hand, we need to focus on them more than on the dubious information about who found them, their exact archaeological, cultural and geological context and whether they are being negotiated or not. While the latter issues are important (and more information should be found about them), the former issue (the PHYSICAL EVIDENCE that CAN BE ANALYZED) is more DETERMINING. If  (after all is said and done) scientists show that at least some of the samples have not been artificially assembled and that their genes do not match any biological specimens on Earth, the controversy about who found them and under what circumstances or whether he or she wants to sell them, or even that an ideal, standard scientific procedure was not followed, will not change the main findings. 

I’m not a specialist in mummies but as an educated, concerned citizen, I value the fact that verifying the specimens can be of great consequence culturally, politically and exopolitically. This is why I try to offer information about it attempting to be as objective as possible. 

US Airman Who Claimed He Saw Top Secret NASA Photos of Alien Structures on the Moon Dies in Bike Crash

• In 1965, U.S. Air Force Sergeant Karl Wolfe held a top secret clearance as he was assigned to repair photography equipment for NASA’s Lunar Orbiter Project within the tactical air command at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia.

• In 2001, at the Disclosure Project event at the National Press Club in Washington DC organised by Dr Stephen Greer, Wolfe revealed that back in 1965 when he was working in a NASA photography lab, another airman told him that they had “found a base on the back side of the moon”. The Airman showed him photos of towers, domes and mushroom-shaped structures on the lunar surface that were beamed back from the Lunar Oribiter, prior to the Apollo landings in 1969. Wolfe claimed that NASA was covering up evidence of artificial structures on the dark side of the moon.

• Wolfe became concerned and frightened that he had breached security protocol. “I remember going home and naively thinking that I can’t wait to hear about this on the evening news, and here it is more than 30 years later and I hope to hear about it tonight,” said Wolfe at the press conference. Video of his testimony has been viewed millions of times on the internet.

• Wolfe (74) died in October from injuries sustained when he was hit by a tractor trailer as he was bicycling in Lansing, New York. No charges have been filed against the truck driver. Said fellow Disclosure Project witness, Dan Willis, “He was a very brave man with nothing to gain by giving his testimony other than fulfilling his wish to see it on the evening news as he stated.”

• The shock of Wolfe’s death comes as UFO hunters are still reeling from the death of another legendary whistleblower, retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Robert Dean (89) who also died in October, in Tucson, Arizona. Dean claimed that when he worked for the NATO at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in France during the 1960’s, he read a document entitled “The Assessment” which contained photos of dead aliens, crashed UFOs and reports by military pilots and scientists. The document suggested Earth was being visited by several different ET races. Dean spoke out on numerous radio, TV documentaries and at conferences around the world, and was awarded three lifetime achievement awards for his contribution to the field of ufology.

 

Former US Air Force Sergeant Karl Wolfe, 74, was cycling in Lansing, New York, when he was hit by a tractor trailer.

He was rushed to nearby Cayuga Medical Centre but later died from his injuries.

Cops have launched a probe into his death but no charges have been filed against the driver.

He worked as a precision electronics photograph repair man and was sent to fix a piece of equipment which was “bottle-necking” the production of photographs.

Wolfe was taken to a lab to work on the faulty equipment and noticed there were scientists from all over the world on the project.

Another airman who was in the darkroom told him NASA had “found a base on the back side of the moon”.

He then started showing him pictures of towers, domes and mushroom-shaped structures on the lunar surface. The photos were beamed back from the Lunar Oribiter prior to the Apollo landings in 1969.

Wolfe spilled the beans on the incident at the Disclosure Project event at the National Press Club in Washington DC organised by Dr Stephen Greer in 2001.

Video of his testimony has been viewed millions of times on the internet. In it he says: “I was taken into the laboratory where the equipment was malfunctioning. I couldn’t repair it in the dark so I asked to have it removed.

“An airman second class was in the dark room at that time – I was also an airman second class.

“I was interested in how the whole process functioned – how the data got from the lunar orbiter to the laboratory so I asked the young man to explain he process to me. He did.

“About 30 minutes into the process he said to me in a very distressed way, ‘By the way we’ve discovered a base on the backside of the moon’.

“And then he proceeded to put photographs down in front of me and clearly in these photographs were structures, mushroom-shaped buildings, spherical buildings and towers.

Former Blink-182 Vocalist Tom DeLonge On a Mission to Prove UFOs Are Real

• One year ago this month, Tom DeLonge’s ‘To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science’ launched. The academy is divided into three divisions: aerospace, entertainment, and science. The net result has been Tom and his fellow compatriots confirming that UFOs are real. But an “unidentified flying object” is a vague term. It could mean any number of things, not all of them alien.

• To The Stars Academy also released some Department of Defense videos of UFOs. They claim it’s only the beginning. Up until now, the U.S. government has denied all UFO accounts.

• We learned last year that one of the To The Stars Academy’s principals is Luis Elizondo. Elizondo, it turned out, had headed the Pentagon’s $22 million ‘Advanced Aerospace Threats Program’ (AATP) to investigate unidentified aerial threats. The AATP only lasted for five years until 2012 when funding ran out. Elements of the program remain classified and many speculate that the program may still exist in some capacity. “We may not be alone,” Elizondo said publicly this time last year.

• The number of UFO sightings drastically rose, then declined, over the past 28 years. The National UFO Reporting Center reported only 315 UFO sightings in 1990, but by 1998, the number spiked to 2,000 UFO sightings. The number went up to 4,000 for 2006 and peaked at 8,670 in 2014. It has since gone down drastically, to only 1,329 at the end of June 2018. Are we too busy staring down at our new smart phones now to look up at the sky?

 

One year ago this month, To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science launched. The public benefit corporation was founded by Tom DeLonge, the former co-lead vocalist of blink-182 and the current lead guitarist and vocalist of Angels & Airwaves. The corporation is divided into three divisions: aerospace, entertainment, and science. Delonge originally became interested in all things otherworldly while doing research for a series of graphic novels. During a four-hour discussion with several former government officials at the launch of the corporation, he confirmed that UFOs are real.

No, that does not mean that aliens will suddenly invade our ears and switch bodies. An “unidentified flying object” is a vague term; it could mean any number of things, not all of them alien. Given the technology we have, from heat-sensing to enhanced images to metal detection, it’s amazing that anything is unidentifiable anymore.

It Doesn’t Get Much More Official Than This Guy

Luis Elizondo worked for the Department of Defense. He is the former director of programs to investigate unidentified aerial threats and headed the Advanced Aerospace Threats Program. The AATP formed in 2007 with a $22 million budget. The budget may sound big, but in context, it was small enough to go unnoticed by the public and unacknowledged by the government.

The AATP only lasted for five years when funding ran out. Elements of the program remain classified and many speculate that the program may still exist in some capacity. This is basically the plot to Men in Black and we’re obsessed.

“We may not be alone,” Elizondo said publicly this time last year.

Alien Disclosure – Amnesty – Book Review

Alien Disclosure is a science fiction book based on a real-life event involving President Dwight Eisenhower meeting with an extraterrestrial delegation in February 1954. The author, Allan Kules, weaves a fascinating story of how a UFO researcher gets his hands on a copy of the film taken of the meeting, evades a secret government effort to capture him, and eventually takes it to the United Nations where it is played thereby disclosing the truth to the world.

The book’s plot provides an intriguing example of how full disclosure can be triggered by a positive faction of the secret government providing UFO/exopolitics researchers with leaked documents of real events. The first time this happened occurred in the 1980’s and 1990’s with the leaked Majestic Documents, and could easily happen again with a Wikileaks type release of UFO/extraterrestrial related documents.

In Alien Disclosure, a positive secret government faction arranges for the Eisenhower film to be given to the hero, James Broadhurst, and this group helps him to evade a negative faction. He was chosen because of his firm belief that amnesty would need to be given to all those involved in maintaining the secrecy system.

While on the run, Broadhurst gets to meet with human looking extraterrestrials that have infiltrated Earth society, who are also behind the full disclosure initiative. He also gets to witness some of the advanced technologies used by the secret government such as teleportation, and is taken for a ride on an extraterrestrial spacecraft.  

What I found especially helpful was the way the negative secret government faction was depicted. The villains were not dehumanized as psychopaths on a rampage of destruction as they carried out illegal orders, but as typical government agents with a highly skewed national security belief system that made them view extraterrestrial disclosure as a genuine threat for human society.

This made it easier to understand why amnesty, based on the Truth and Reconciliation model used by countries such as South Africa, could be used in a full disclosure scenario. Amnesty is going to be a controversial topic as the full enormity of what has been kept secret, and how the secrecy system has been ruthlessly enforced for over seven decades is eventually disclosed.

Kules’ book presents the pros and cons of an amnesty policy when it comes to full disclosure, and why amnesty is critical in getting the negative secret government faction to stand down. In our world today, there is little doubt that the advanced technologies possessed by the secret government could cause enormous destruction if unleashed by those backed into a corner with no other option.

Yet, as we are seeing with the QAnon movement, there are over 50,000 sealed indictments that have been issued against Deep State officials. The threat of being subjected to a military trial makes for a big motivator in getting cooperation from them. If QAnon is to be believed, the Deep State is on the verge of collapse.  So why would blanket amnesty be necessary for the perpetrators of crimes stretching back decades?

Would a “restorative justice” model based on Truth and Reconciliation be better than a “punitive justice” model in dealing with the complex legal and political issues raised by full disclosure? There are pros and cons with both models.

In the case of the Truth and Reconciliation model used in South Africa, many felt that the truths revealed in the process helped bring closure to the victims and/or their families, while others believed that the perpetrators of atrocious crimes were treated far too leniently, and literally got away with murder.

In the case of the Nuremburg War Crimes, while a few senior Nazi officials were punished, the vast majority escaped punishment since evidence was systematically destroyed, and/or such officials went underground to escape justice.

I believe the answer lies in finding some balance between these two justice models since those responsible for the most egregious crimes should be exposed and punished as occurred at Nuremberg. Yet, it’s clear that in the vast majority of cases, where evidence is lacking, a Truth and Reconciliation process has clear advantages. Furthermore, we the victims of such crimes need to move on into a post-disclosure world and forgiveness appears to be an important rite of passage into what lies ahead.

Kules’ book offers many insights into how the full disclosure process might play out, and how the world will react to the truth about extraterrestrial visitors, release of advanced technologies, and the exposure of those who brutally enforced the secrecy system.

Alien Agenda is a very entertaining read, with lots of fascinating plot turns, and inspires the imagination to think about how full disclosure will happen – something that is vital to how it all eventually unfolds.

On a personal level, I was gratified to see how my own research on the 1954 Eisenhower extraterrestrial meeting inspired Kules to write his book. The meeting was a formative event in world history that has been largely ignored by UFO researchers. The multiple diplomatic meetings Eisenhower had with alien ambassadors throughout his administration has shaped the nature of U.S. and world politics ever since.

One area that Kules’ book didn’t cover, is the existence of a German Secret Space Program operating out of Antarctica, which has morphed over the decades with corporate assistance into something quite sinister that operates in parallel with alien contact. Perhaps this is something he will cover later in his Alien Disclosure Trilogy.

I highly recommend Alien Disclosure: Amnesty as a book well worth reading. It is available on Amazon as a paperback and would make an ideal gift for those interested in science fiction, and have an open mind to the truth about extraterrestrial visitation.

• Col. Ross Dedrickson is one of approximately 500 members of the United States military who have revealed the presence of extraterrestrials on the Moon. Dedrickson claims that in the late 1970’s extraterrestrials destroyed a nuclear weapon before it could be deployed on the Moon.

• Strange artifacts and bases have been said to exist on the ‘dark side’ of the Moon. The Society for Planetary research (SETI) has identified “Unusual Structures on the Far Side of the Moon in the Crater Paracelsus C”, which non-human beings may have built.

• Remote viewers like Ingo Swann and Dr. Paul Smith from the Stargate program have ‘seen’ strange structures and humanoid creatures on the Moon.

• Will Musk be allowed to go to the Moon? If so, what will he find there? Will Musk be allowed to talk about what they find?

 

Elon Musk is making a lot of noise with regards to space. His latest announcement that he plans to send multiple people not just to Mars but also to the Moon is making headlines in the alternative news community for several reasons. One of the reasons is because there has been a tremendous amount of controversy surrounding what exactly is going on in space.

This confusion was further sparked when the To The Stars Academy, founded by Tom Delonge, revealed a plan dedicated to letting the world know that unidentified flying objects are real, despite the fact that it is well known. This is for the mainstream. They’ve released several videos in cooperation with the US government, and the team consists of world-renowned scientists, recently retired defense employees from the US government, former senior intelligence officers, and a recently retired Director of Lockheed Aerospace, who has stated that the technology utilized in these objects can actually alter space & time. UFO Disclosure

We are in the midst of mainstream UFO disclosure; whether this is coming from good intentions that have humanity’s best interests at heart is another question. The global elite has always used major phenomena, like terrorism, to create solutions and implement political actions that best meets their needs. And since world domination seems to be at the top of the list, some have even suggested that mainstream UFO disclosure is driven by an elitist desire to stage a false flag alien invasion. Of course it’s also possible that it’s driven by good people from within, who actually want to get the truth out to the public. Is that what we’re now seeing?

The fact remains, we now have credible testimony from hundreds of military people, scientists, and academicians. We also have actual radar data, and materials have been retrieved from these objects. This is no longer taboo, and a large portion of the world seems to be well aware that many of these strange objects might actually be extraterrestrial in origin.

To The Moon

But what about the Moon? Will Elon Musk actually be allowed to venture to the Moon if something ‘out of this world’ is really going on there? For years, the lore surrounding the dark side of the moon, strange artifacts, bases and more have all been hinted at. Reports of artificially made structures on the moon are both common and persistent. Among the first were from George Leonard’s 1976 book, Somebody Else is on the Moon.

Humanoid Mummies from Nazca, Peru: News as of July – September, 2018

Congressman for Cuzco Armando Villanueva Mercado presented a bill in Perú that would create a law to formally consider of historical and cultural importance the archaeological and technical investigation of the Nazca humanoid mummies. The bill assigns-recommends that the Ministry of Culture and the National Council of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation to conduct the research in order to determine with certainty the quality of the humanoid mummies found in the Nazca plain. 

 

Peruvian reporter Jois Mantilla consistently supports formal research of the alleged Nazca humanoids, one of the few reporters presenting facts to the Peruvian population while asking local scientists to look into this situation objectively. He was taken to the area in Nazca where allegedly the bodies were found. To find out whether the bodies are fake/assembled or genuine, at least some of them. 

 

August, 2018

Iconographic archaeologist Cesar Soriano with Leandro Benedicto Rivera (alias “Mario Peruano”), the tour guide that allegedly found the dry humanoid bodies. In August, 2018 they met to discuss the possibility of the latter releasing the dry humanoid bodies (now in his custody) for research purposes and for humanity’s sake. The communities of Nazca and Palpa might benefit with this if the Cultural Patronage Cuenca del Rio Grande in Palpa and Nasca, Peru is formed and able to coordinate the custody of the alleged humanoid bodies, promote local tourism, and perhaps create a local museum in which scientists could work for this effect. This would function best with support from the state which would, perhaps, release Mr. Leandro Benedicto Rivera from legal implications. If genuine samples became thus available this would allow more Peruvian and international scientists to verify or reject what has already been researched by the team associated with Mr. Jaime Maussan and GaiaTV. 

August 2018

A second press conference by the team that has thus far researched the bodies (in association with GaiaTV and Jaime Maussan) is expected in Lima, Peru, perhaps for September 2018. The presentation should be about the up-to-date DNA, medical, anthropological research, especially about the dry, human-looking body now being called “Maria.” The results are being called “definitive” in relation to proving that at least some of the bodies are genuine and anomalous. I hope that this time more Peruvian mummy experts decide to attend the conference and engage in scientific dialogue.  

September 2, 2018

Archaeologist Cesar Soriano claims to have found a site where small dry, humanoid bodies are found in an area known as “La Millonaria.”  Mr. Soriano claims to have taken photographs of a dry, small humanoid creature but did not proceed to excavate the site without permission and so as to not damage the site. He claims to have verified that there are some artificial galleries, including an L-shaped entrance and evidence of cultural artifacts. Thus far, the Ministry of Culture and Instituto Nacional de Cultura don’t seem to have shown any interest.

Under their own funds, an international, multidisciplinary team of scientists (mostly from South America and not necessarily related with the one related with GaiaTV-Maussan) arrives in Peru to travel to Nazca in support of the Nazca and Palpa communities and of the formation of the patronage. Thereafter, they should travel to Cuzco to meet with Instituto Inkari and Thiery Jamin in order to join forces.

NOVEMBER 19TH, 2018

Various scientists came to Peru with Jaime Maussan and Gaia TV and presented to the Peruvian Congress results from studies of the alleged three-finger, Nazca humanoids. Some Peruvian medical doctors also participated. And also the Inkari Institute which also conducted an analysis of samples related with the alleged three-finger humanoid “mummies” from Nazca-Palpa. They presented in the Peruvian Congress from about 9AM to 1 PM on November, 19th, 2018.

Later on that same day there was another presentation by Peruvian scientists who had analyzed for the state some the samples but which had concluded that they were fake, constructed bodies. The Peruvian Astrobiology Association had invited the first group of scientists (that spoke in the Congress) to a scientific debate on that same (November 19th, 2018) after 5PM but, for unknown reasons, they didn’t come. So, instead of a debate there was an exposition of findings against the veracity of the three finger bodies. This exposition took place at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).

Since I was not able to go to the presentation in Peru’s Congress (because only the mass media had been invited, I’m told), I went to listen to the scientists that held an opposite view to the one heard at the Congress.

These are some notes from the conference of Peruvian scientists who physically analyzed some of the specimens of possible Nasca-Palpa tridactyl humanoids. November 19, 2018. In contrast with the scientists that presented at the Peruvian Congress, their studies lead them to conclude that the alleged three-finger humanoid bodies are fakes, modern assemblages.

Magister Flavio Estrada, a forensic archaeologist, founder of the Specialized Forensic Laboratory of the Legal Medicine Institute of Forensic Sciences of the Public Ministry, former professor of physical anthropology at the UNMSM.

No living being has a square magnus foramen hole. The specimen shown does not have condyles or point of contact with the first cervical vertebra. The hole is flat and – anatomically speaking – does not exist. A presumed skin covers the edges of the alleged magnum hole. It is impossible for the skin to extend all the way and locate there.

Referring to a small body:
It does not seem to have an anatomical correlation. It has no clavicle and without it the shoulder blades take a posterior position, which is not possible.

Referring to a small body: 
The neck has no vertebrae in one of the samples of a supposed humanoid. The x-ray shows that the neck is formed by the middle part of a long bone or diaphysis and was placed inside a head like a pivot. The head shows the tricuspid teeth of a small mammal.

The knee was cut and levered. The leverage pulls out a substance that looks like like a tongue. There is no epiphysis or adaptive bulbous end in the long bones. There is nothing that binds the bones.

Speaking about an x-ray of a long hand of 3 fingers. There is no anatomical correlation. Diaphyses of human adults and combined human children are observed to build the hand. The 3 long fingers constructed with a combination of metacarpals and phalanges.

Dr. Ernesto Ávalos, a pharmaceutical chemist from the National Major Univ. Of San Marcos (UNMSM). He participated in a first report at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of Nasca. He made infrared spectroscopy analysis to a sample of supposed flesh that covers the bones of a supposed humanoid tridactyl of Nasca-Palpa. The molecules of the sample react to infrared light and transmit unique microwaves for each element part of a molecule. The molecules discovered: In greater quantity: palmitic acid (oil), paraffin (wax). In smaller quantity: glue, polyethylene vinyl acetate (plastic). All modern components.

In another sample: Paper.
In another sample: Glue, paraffin, plastic, cyanoacrylate, polystyrenes, acetates, celluloses (papers), wood remains.
The joints of the bones and the supposed skins that covered the skulls were studied.
Pectin, acanthus gum.
In general: glues, paper, plastics and vegetable fiber.
The prosecutor’s samples were part of the same lot as those from analyzed by scientists associated with Gaia TV, Instituto Inkari and Jaime Maussan.Tercer Milenio. But – in terms of physical samples available – they are not the largest samples.

The antiquity of the skeletal remains were determined by other professionals.

Pedro Pérez: Specialist in tomography: Presentation at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos: The density of the presumed eggs of the Josefina specimen is similar to the density of a metal. There are denser femur bones and less dense femur bones combined to form the legs in the same specimen. In the specimen called “Alberto” there is a metal on one side. Observing the tomography of the feet of “Maria” metatarsals have been added to the carpus of the hand.

Due to misunderstandings of different sorts, both groups of scientists have not met to compare studies, dialogue and debate! Their respective organizers, supporters and often individual scientists in both groups often criticize each other’s intentions and methods without actually meeting in a congenial way to exchange studies and ideas.

Some say there are economic interests on the pro humanoid part.

I-Team Obtains Some Key Documents Related to Pentagon UFO Study

• Since the December 2017 NY Times article releasing U.S. military video of the “Tic-Tac UFO”, and subsequent UFO videos, thousands of Freedom of Information Act requests have been filed by UFO researchers. So far, the Pentagon hasn’t complied with any of the requests for more information. According to Luis Elizondo, the man who ran the military’s secret UFO study for years, says that there are as many as two dozen more unreleased videos still in the Pentagon vaults. The Las Vegas KLAS-TV “I-Team” has managed to obtain key documents related to the UFO inquiry.

• Former Senate Majority Leader, Nevada Senator Harry Reid instigated the Pentagon study back in 2007. Since his role was revealed last year, he’s had calls from many other lawmakers in Congress. Reid believes there have likely been classified Congressional briefings involving military eyewitnesses to similar UFOs. Reid wants the military UFO program to continue and its findings made public.  (See 2009 letter from Reid to the Deputy Secretary of Defense asking for more personnel to increase productivity in the Advanced Aerospace Threat and Identification Program.)

• As the chief scientist for Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies, a government-sponsored research project, physicist Hal Puthoff made the first public presentation about the UFO study. In a newly released document, research subjects are listed including warp drive, invisibility, metamaterials from crash sites, worm holes, antigravity, and how to track hypersonic vehicles.

• “You’ve got these advanced aerospace vehicles flying around, that we don’t know where they come from, what the intent is, possibly off-world even,” said Dr. Puthoff. Puthoff says he doesn’t know if more UFO videos will be released, but says there is big news coming about the ones already made public.

 

LAS VEGAS – Those secret UFO files at the Pentagon are still secret, but not for a lack of trying.
Thousands of researchers have filed requests via the Freedom of Information Act, hoping to force the military to unleash documents or videos generated during the secret study. The main contractor for the Pentagon was a Las Vegas company.

So far, the Pentagon hasn’t complied with any of the requests for more information. But now, the I-Team has obtained key documents related to the UFO inquiry.

The Pentagon’s release last December of a 2004 encounter between pilots from the USS Nimitz and a mystery machine dubbed the Tic Tac UFO generated huge headlines and demands for more releases.

Two more followed. The Gimbal video from 2015 and another nicknamed Go Fast. As many as two dozen more videos are still in the Pentagon vaults, according to the man who ran the military’s secret UFO study for years.

During his time running the AATIP program, Elizondo set into motion the release of these and other videos. He doesn’t know if the spigot has been turned off now that he is longer there. Since October, he’s been working with To the Stars Academy to help change the perception of the UFO issue, particularly in Washington. And without revealing too much, Elizondo hints that progress is being made.

“It’s about changing the paradigm in which our government can finally take this issue seriously without worrying about their political survival, right, allowing Congress to have a conversation in open or closed session saying, all right guys, gals, what do we do about this?”

Is Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy a Deep State Operation?

Former Blink 182 rockstar, Tom DeLonge, is having great difficulty in convincing many UFO researchers that his To the Stars Academy is not a Deep State operation. Many believe that DeLonge has been coopted by savvy Deep State operatives who gave him access to the rarefied world of highly classified Special Access Programs in order to manipulate him.

Despite the success of the To The Stars Academy in getting mainstream media attention to study UFO files released by the U.S. military intelligence community, a number of UFO researchers have become very vocal in their criticism of DeLonge, basically claiming that he is in over his head and is being played by the Deep State.

The concern has become so great that Peter Levenda, one of DeLonge’s co-authors in his book series, Sekret Machines, attended the Contact in the Desert Conference in June to dispel such concerns. I recently was able to view the video of his presentation given on June 3, 2018 which was aptly titled: “Conspiracy Theories & UFOlogy: Tom Delonge & the Deep State Scenario”.

In the abstract he wrote:

This will be a discussion of the current theories in Ufological circles that Tom DeLonge and the To The Stars Academy are agents of a “deep state” that wishes to manipulate Ufology, or expectations concerning UFOs, for the benefit of a secret cabal of government insiders. .

In his nearly two hour presentation, Levenda offered a strident defense of DeLonge, the To the Stars Academy, and his own involvement in the book series. However, Levenda’s defense was so unconvincing that he inadvertently raised doubts with viewers, such as myself, over whether DeLonge may indeed be in over his head and has been coopted into a Deep State operation.

Levenda began by describing his own background and research that has made him a successful book author, who has travelled widely and interviewed many infamous individuals. His first book, Unholy Alliance: A History of Nazi Involvement with the Occult (1995) has become a classic and was among the first that examined the cult beliefs that dominated Nazi Germany’s ruling elite.

I read the book and have it on my bookshelf as a reliable source on Nazi occult beliefs. Levenda’s scholarship won him many fans, including myself.

What did raise my eyebrows during his Contact in the Desert presentation was Levenda’s account of how in 1968, as a 17 year old, he was involved in establishing a cult church in New York city where he and his buddy were self-appointed bishops.

Levenda described how he and his buddy gate-crashed the Robert Kennedy funeral impersonating high level church dignitaries who were transported in a limousine. Was this all simply an elaborate lark by two precocious 17 year olds as Levenda contends, or was something more sinister at play?

What we do know for certain is that Levenda and his buddy became targets for recruitment by rival strange churches, which were fronts for the CIA and other intelligence agencies as Levenda has publicly acknowledged. He says that he declined such offers, and his subsequent worldwide travel and research, was prompted by intellectual curiosity into the bizarre and unusual.

Perhaps, but the legitimate question can be raised about whether his subsequent writing career was established as a suitable cover for recruitment as a CIA agent and/or operative. After all, as a precocious 17 year old, he had displayed a clear talent for deception and establishing fake identities. This surely would have made him an ideal recruit for the shadowy world of CIA covert operations.

It is what Levenda had to say about critics of the To The Stars Academy that really raised my suspicions during his presentation. He called out Dr. Steven Greer as one of the more prominent critics, and set out to contrast Greer and DeLonge’s approaches to gathering UFO evidence.

Whereas Greer was depicted as touting up to 1000 unnamed whistleblowers/insiders spilling the beans on the UFO/extraterrestrial cover up, DeLonge was credited with getting former high level government and corporate officials to come forward and risk their reputations by joining his To The Stars Academy.

The audience was told that Greer was touting speculation by unknown sources, whereas DeLonge was promoting scientific research by having hard facts and evidence discussed by experts who had verifiable credentials in the military industrial complex.

There was a major flaw in Levenda’s critique of Greer. It is simply not true to say that Greer has touted unknown whistleblowers as sources on the UFO coverup. In his May 2001, Disclosure Project Press Conference, he got 21 former military, government and corporate figures to go public. In the subsequent book, Disclosure: Military and Government Witnesses Reveal the Greatest Secrets in Modern History, there were over 60 individuals who by a vast majority went on the record in terms of their identities and credentials.

While it is true that the bulk of Greer’s hundreds of Disclosure Project witnesses (currently estimated up to a 1000 according to Levenda) have not been named, a significant number have been publicly identified and their testimonies are available for research and analysis. Distorting the record of a prominent critic certainly did not help Levenda’s main goal of rebutting Greer’s criticism of DeLonge as out of his depth when it came to dealing with the Deep State.

Levenda went to great effort to stress that DeLonge had been researching the UFO field for decades, and was sufficiently familiar with the issues and main figures in the field to make good judgement calls on who’s authentic or not.

Essentially, Levenda was saying we can trust DeLonge and not see him as an inexperienced dupe, who has been taken in by the Deep State as Greer and other critics were contending.

My own knowledge in this regard is limited to an incident where Tom DeLonge got to hear the views of William Tompkins and Dr. Bob Wood regarding a secret space program, Solar Warden, established by the U.S. Navy with the aid of corporations such as Douglas Aircraft/McDonnell Douglas. Both Tompkins and Dr Wood have decades of experience with Douglas Aircraft and the aerospace industry.

DeLonge expressed his disbelief that such a thing could have happened. I know that DeLonge is not alone in disbelieving that the U.S. Navy could have secretly developed kilometers long space carriers out of its classified facilities as Tompkins contends. There is testimonial evidence that U.S. Air Force officials, have investigated Tompkins and Corey Goode’s claims in this regard as well, as I have written about here.

My book, the US Navy’s Secret Space Program and Nordic Extraterrestrial Alliance, lays out all the evidence that Solar Warden was real, and that it continues to operate in Deep Space. Perhaps DeLonge is merely reflecting the worldview of his insider sources, largely drawn from the US Air Force, who disbelieve that they would have been out of the loop on such an advanced technology program.

What the above incident does show, however, is that DeLonge has an inability to reconcile information that is contrary to what he is being told by his insiders. That’s a red flag and doesn’t help build confidence that he is not being duped by the military industrial community.

It is what Levenda had to say about the John Podesta – DeLonge link that finally shifted me from being an agnostic on the “DeLonge is an agent of the Deep State” perspective. Levenda described the Pizzagate controversy raised by Wikileaks release of thousands of Podesta emails by dismissing it as yet another example of the fear and paranoia that is so prevalent in the UFO community.

Levenda assured the audience that there’s nothing to Pizzagate and that Podesta isn’t the pedophile child sacrificing deviant that many now believe due to the Wikileaks release. In the past, I’ve written admiringly of Podesta, and also of Hillary Clinton, in their respective roles in promoting UFO disclosure dating back from the 1990’s during the Clinton Administration, right up to the 2016 Presidential campaign.

Like many in the UFO/exopolitics communities I saw them as heroes fighting the good disclosure fight, and supported them above other politicians/public figures who remained silent on the UFO issue.

All that changed with the October-November 2016 Wikileaks releases of the Podesta emails that showed coded language using pizza related words being used by Podesta, Clinton, and their associates. Investigative reporter Ben Swann and other investigators showed that this was an elaborate code used by known pedophile networks that indulged in child trafficking, and even ritual human sacrifice. The fact that many of the symbols and codes were known to law enforcement agencies merited close examination of such claims despite debunking efforts by the mainstream media such as the New York Times and Snopes.

I had earlier been made aware of the connection between child trafficking and the Washington D.C. political establishment (Deep State) through the pioneering research of John DeCamp in The Franklin Cover-up: Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska and Cathy Obrien’s seminal book, Trance: Formation of America. Both of these books showed how an elaborate sex-trade in children was used to compromise young upcoming politicians, and ultimately make them agents of the Deep State as they were rapidly promoted into senior positions.

I understand that this is all very controversial, and why UFO researchers would want to steer clear of all of this. However, with the Wikileaks release of Podesta’s emails, we have someone long viewed as among the few public officials supporting UFO disclosure being directly implicated in an alleged network of child traffickers that practice many kinds of abusive rituals.

I would have understood it if Levenda had simply skirted around all this controversy and merely pointed out that DeLonge’s association with Podesta pre-dated the Wikileaks email release (they began meeting in mid-2015). This would have meant that DeLonge, along with Levenda, were simply unaware of what Podesta may have been involved in, and merely wanted to elicit his support for a UFO disclosure initiative that they were pursuing.

However, what Levenda did instead was to offer a full-throated rebuttal of the entire Pizzagate controversy. Levenda said it was all another example of the systemic fear and paranoia that is part of the UFO community, and there was nothing of substance in the Pizzagate controversy. He even made a crude pizza joke about it all, to the stunned silence of his audience.

That is not the position an objective researcher would take when looking at all the data and evidence. The Podesta emails are a part of the public record, and in many of them he and other Clinton affiliated figures appear to be using pizza related code words and symbols recognized by law enforcement bodies as common among pedophile rings.

Levenda was not interested in seriously examining the Wikileaks email release in terms of what the use of a coded pizza words meant for Podesta and Clinton.

That’s when it finally hit me. Levenda was a Deep State agent/operative after all. His history and recruitment by the Deep State was hidden in plain sight with his account of his exploits as a precocious 17 year old which brought him into contact with CIA/Deep State operatives in an “innocent lark” involving the creation of a fake church cult.

Furthermore, who would be unscrupulous enough to use deception and a fake identity to gate crash the funeral of Bobby Kennedy who had just been assassinated after clinching the Democratic nomination for the 1968 Presidential campaign? Certainly not any normal person, but instead a future CIA agent/operative with a talent for using deception in public interactions.

Ironically, Levenda’s attempt to prove he was not a Deep State operative only succeeded in converting me from being an agnostic on the whole “DeLonge is an agent of the Deep State”  narrative, to now accepting it.

DeLonge may still be a well-meaning researcher wanting to promote UFO disclosure, but he has been coopted by Deep State operatives, including Levenda, and that is not a good foundation for any kind of genuine disclosure of the truth behind UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Different ETs, Narrative Preferences and Recent Revelations

 
 
Today the UFO, exopolitics, experiencer communities are divided into factions. There is some cross-over from one preference to another but I believe that the  spirit of subdivision, of doctrinal partisanship prevents us from understanding and processing the whole of what is going on. More inclusivity is required. More integrative thinking is required…scientific, logical, intuitional, spiritual, experience-based, testimony-based…and all of it with a quality that is enhanced by attitude: respect, love for truth and humbleness. 
 
Yes, for instance, it may be true that perhaps AATIP and BAAS are somehow guided by secret proponents and allowed to ‘white world’ some of the ET-multi reality technology, hopefully mostly for the good of humanity rather than for the good of a few. They might not be inclined toward dialogue with the UFO community but I’m inclined to attempt to tend bridges and to give them the benefit of the doubt instead of blanket suspicion and rejection. Humanity is altogether in this reaching out to other cosmic civilizations and to our roots in the past and – perchance – in the future. Then again, excessive trust in Military Complex-related initiatives can be naive, especially if the negative side of ETs is so emphasized by Tom DeLonge at TTSA and in the book “Sekret Machines” while considering the military and helpful associates as the good guys…guys hiding stuff to protect us. I welcome patriots doing the right thing with good intentions and what they do may be partially true and good for society and for establishing the UFO reality issue in more solid grounds but it may not be necessary (or adequate) that we completely abide by this initiative. I welcome it and want to tend a hand in friendship but also think that there’s much more in terms of a paradigm-shifting, educational process.  
 
 
Decades of UFO research revealing all sorts of things in secret (maybe even unconstitutional) programs about UFOs (previous to AAWSAP-AATIP) cannot be denied. And we also need a non-militaristic approach.  Definitely not a “business as usual” approach. Indeed we need a fresh way to look at these things covering the range from the nuts & bolts to consciousness science and to the most allegedly “airy fairy” but sincerely rendered.
 
For instance, by instantly dismissing what classic contactees said and – more currently – what plausible whistleblowers and insiders of the alleged “Secret Space Program” say in ways that not only partly coincide but which too many people (and not just belief-prone personalities) already consider as truthful and sincere would either be arrogant or proper of a belief-settled personality whose subconscious cannot even tolerate entertaining certain issues. 
 
And regarding ET/inter reality beings, let’s not bad mouth these ETs/inter reality beings or become naively dependent on them. We need fresh eyes for everything, not generalizations about all being benevolent or malevolent. We need to exopolitically find out who is protecting us from unwarranted incursions and if a minority of ET/inter-reality beings coming into our system are inimical to our good, do we really need to develop a whole armada against them? Or can we rely upon outside-of-earth, exopolitical protection as some contactees have affirmed? 
 
In reality the whole issue is complex… grandiose, fascinating, life-changing with all sorts of more or less credible versions according to many types of experiences. Let’s listen to statistics-contributing experiencers worldwide and to “unique case” experiencers as well. That said, I hope that people on the “inside” (secret decision makers) are more motivated by enhancing democratic values through worldview expansion via truthful education…more than making money, securing more personal power, sustaining outmoded beliefs or expanding the militarization of space under a “business as usual” type of awareness. As we evolve and more of us connect with cosmic community those modes of ruling over the masses become obsolete and – I believe – prone to attract similarly-minded ET/inter reality beings stuck in repeating certain unresolved issues from previous evolutionary stages…in spite of their technologies.
 
And, inasmuch as technology goes, yes, please, the powers that be acting today in this incipient but certain “basic level” revelation (through TTSA), please be clear about the type of technology that can be revealed, that should get or not get into everyone’s hands worldwide!  Can a UFO-like craft be built without sharing the technology worldwide? We simply cannot give the power of deeper aspects of the universe to every immature member of society. Moreover, for those of us seeking further understanding, within the UFO community, let’s try to be humbler and not simply dismiss the more ‘far out’, alleged SSP (secret space program) revelations or each other’s main appreciations of plausible aspects about the whole UFO and ET ‘enchilada’.
 
It’s not so much a matter of believing or disbelieving, of embracing or of rejecting in the name of truth. It is more about extending a friendly hand and respectfully, carefully listening. Let’s make an effort to listen to those voices that make us feel uncomfortable. Some may surprise us as our tolerance for the extraordinary increases. 
 
There are too many sincere-sounding informers or “insiders” that appear to coincide in fundamental assertions and – if the assertions about highly developed SSPs is true – that could mean that TTSA efforts would be incipient, long-termed, allowed and managed…perhaps by well-intentioned (or not) individuals acting as our superiors with an alleged right over us for some reason or another. Perhaps if having to choose between a 20 year long gradual revelation led by Established forces and sooner (and more extreme revelations), we need to welcome and consider them both as possible. And not just that but we may need to guide and modify both approaches in a participatory manner. In other words, concerned citizens and researchers need to be not only more inclusive but also more exopolitically active.

And let’s not forget not to dismiss either the possibility of repeatable (and sometimes verifiable) positive contacts with communicative, “space brother” types, as has been done through the Mission Rahma contact groups; is being done by other emergent “CE-5” contact groups and associated contactees. In some cases there would be contacts with beings precise and very mental but associated with spiritual masters highly in favor of assisting in the actualization of our deepest potentials without generating dependencies.  So, let’s not simply dismiss this issue brought up by some contactees and experiencers that apparently bring some means of verification and more in-depth information about aspects of humanity’s history that cannot be ignored. 
 
And, let’s not simply dismiss other plausible issues floating around in the UFO, exopolitics, experiencer communities falling back on comfortably thinking that they are “delusional” or “suspect” or “lying.” In an environment in which there are allusions to teleportation and time travel, SSP insiders working with ETs side by side, contactees speaking both with spiritual masters and friendly ETs that do not abduct, 3000+ “experiencers” mostly having beneficial encounters with little or no mention of what SSP insiders are telling, not to speak about a phenomenon that is “transdimensional” and “paranormal” and in which some of the main voices greatly differ as to who the “visitors” or “ancient aliens” may be we must ask ourselves how much are we willing to accept or at least to fairly consider. How much effort are we willing to put to debunk or to incorporate if it passes a truly careful analysis.
 
Is there a war in the heavens or are all beings that did not destroy themselves and were capable of leaving their home planet peaceful? Are there “Arkons” “Draco Reptilians” and former Nazis collaborating with them? Is there a “Cabal” that controls the U.S. military and USAPs (unacknowledged special access projects)? Was our species not only seeded by several ET species (some contributing and some harming us) but are we also today being hybridized by varieties of gray-looking beings which have a right to do so partly because we are destroying the Earth’s ecology and commons? Are all of those issues fantasies and neither the Government nor UFO “experts” truly know what is going on? How can science and “infallible” religious doctrines really be enhanced with a “transdimensional” ontology-metaphysics that begins to explain “the nature of reality?” How much of “the truth” is society at large – worldwide – really able to handle without a transdimensional, integrative ontology-metaphysics now that there is a political tendency challenging “liberal” (in the original sense of the word) democratic agreements and procedures, thus atomizing nation-states into separate, illiberal fiefdoms? 
 
To evolve exopolitically in a field of research which may be the most complex of them all, we need to make the effort to connect with each other much more and with each other’s preferred explanations in a coherent manner. Connect what aspects or parts can truly fit together, even perhaps those parts which today don’t seem to fit together. And we must learn to also do it across cultural divides or cultural preferences, carefully correcting our personal mistakes… more aware of our own cognitive biases, selected belief reinforcements and blind spots. 
 
This situation called “disclosure” is not only about the Government revealing that ETs are here but about growing up individually and collectively…as many of us as possible to shift our shared information field into a higher level…capable of harmoniously exchanging with beings that perhaps primarily do not think in “either-or” primitive terms.  But it is an unprecedented shift; a different type of “consciousness.” It’s about co-creating a “we” consciousness and unified field incorporating many more beings with care and respect into our personal sense of identity. Either more of us do it for the collective “field” to withstand the encounter or others representing our subconscious need for “power elites” will steer us as they prefer or understand for various reasons, under incomplete appreciations. Thus, WE must connect with each other more and all true factions in Ufology, exopolitics, what we value in experiencer information must increasingly come together.  And disclosure thus becomes a self education; an entire new attitude needed to adapt to what comes in shifting our “consensus reality.” Is this too much to ask for in order to face the greatest cultural, spiritual (and perhaps biological) needed modifications after the gravitas (the weight and seriousness) of what is going on becomes established and is widely felt?  Not if disclosure is about the impossible becoming possible and if our self-determining freedom requires such a move. 
 
To be exopolitically responsible let’s connect to see the information content filling the exopolitics “diagram” as a coherent whole. 
 
 
Let’s try to educate ourselves and to be able to suspend judgement when necessary. Our intention and awareness to do this can go a long way towards succeeding in it. To listen to each other’s testimonies, to well thought opinions and research. Let’s try to listen to apparently contradicting testimonies but carefully, even if we don’t like it. They may be wrong but that may also have key kernels of truth or large segments of truth that we haven’t figured out how to connect with our preferred narratives. But let’ also care for fact checking as thoroughly as possible and for cross-referencing and to be personally willing to change our views when necessary. 
 
To face the top challenge, we truly need to “grow up,” one by one and in what is acceptable to discuss in social settings; to be able to digest such a paradigm-shifting smorgasbord and to be able to make peaceful, intelligent, cooperative decisions about a variety of challenging truths with enormous consequences. Thus we will earn our cosmic sovereignty.

A ‘Supersonic Tic Tac’ UFO Bedeviled A U.S. Aircraft Carrier For Five Days In 2004, Pentagon Reports

• In December 2017, the US Department of Defense allowed the release of the cockpit video of a Navy F/A-18 as it tracked a UFO in 2004 over the Pacific Ocean southwest of San Diego. It was later confirmed that U.S. defense chiefs had commissioned a 13-page report detailing the UFO event which has recently been released. The reports, leaked to a Las Vegas television station, described what happened on board the USS Princeton for a few days in 2004. • According to leaked Pentagon report a “supersonic tic tac”- shaped UFO stalked the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Nimitz strike group (pictured above) for five days in November, 2004 before disappearing into thin air. The “Anomalous Aerial Vehicle” (AAV) showed up on the USS Princeton’s radar, apparently hovering at about 60,000 feet above the surface of the ocean. The object then “nosedived” into the ocean, moving roughly six miles down to the surface in a matter of seconds. So fast did it move that crew members thought they might have had a close encounter with a ballistic missile.

• Two days later, the object, described as “solid white, smooth, with no edges… uniformly colored with no nacelles, pylons or wings,” appeared again, and two F/A-18 jets were sent up to intercept it. Once they got in the general region of the AAV, it had turned itself invisible. However, they reported that it was creating a circular disturbance in the water, about 150-300 feet in diameter.

• Two days later, the craft appeared again, and this time one of the pilots saw the same disturbance in the water, and saw the craft hovering above it.

• At least one other naval vessel was nearby, but they didn’t report anything. The submarine USS Louisville was in the general region, but picked up nothing underwater. Similarly, an E-2C Hawkeye surveillance plane also saw the craft on their radar, but were unable to “lock on,” suggesting that the vessel could evade radar.

• When the Navy pilots returned to the ship, they were greeted by shipmates who had donned tinfoil hats and ribbed them about their “UFO flight.” But as it turns out, the Pentagon has quietly been releasing UFO-related documents for the past few years. U.S. Navy pilots encountered a UFO off the East Coast in 2015, and the Pentagon even released footage of the incident (see 36-second video below).

UFOs May Have Attempted Rendezvous With Giant Undersea Object

• In December 2017 The New York Times and The Washington Post reported on the Navy’s USS Nimitz carrier strike force F-A18 jets intercepting a “tic tac” shaped UFO (part of a “whole fleet of UFOs) over the Pacific Ocean southwest of San Diego. In May, George Knapp’s ‘I-Team’ (Las Vegas CBS affiliate KLAS-TV) obtained and released a 13-page Executive Summary prepared by and for the U.S. military analyzing the encounter.

• The Executive Summary related one Navy pilot’s observation of roiling waters in the ocean the size of a football field. “The disturbance appeared to be 50 to 100 meters in diameter and close to round. It was the only area and type of whitewater activity that could be seen and reminded him of images of something rapidly submerging from the surface like a submarine or a ship sinking.” As the pilot flew away, he could see that the disturbance had cleared and seas calmed.

• The Navy pilots never made visual contact with whatever caused the undersea disturbance. But the report stated that it may have been caused by an AAV (Anomalous Aerial Vehicle), which was unseen due to advanced cloaking capabilities that made the AAF “invisible to the human eye.”

• A submarine in the vicinity did not detect anything unusual underwater. If an object was indeed in the Pacific Ocean, “it would represent a highly advanced capability given the advanced capability of our sensors,” the report stated.

 

New details are emerging about a UFO sighting recorded by the U.S. military in the waters off the coast of California 14 years ago.

The 2004 incident involving the “Tic Tac” UFO, named because it was a fast-moving white object that resembled one of the mints, was first revealed late last year by The New York Times and The Washington Post.

KLAS, the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas, obtained a copy of a report “prepared by and for the military” in 2009 that details multiple interactions with anomalous aerial vehicles (AAVs) over two weeks in late 2004. The report also discussed the high speed and advanced cloaking capabilities that allowed the AAVs to evade observation and detection.

“The AAVs would descend ‘very rapidly’ from approximately 60,000 feet down to approximately 50 feet in a matter of seconds,” the report noted.

Pilots indicated there may have been something in the water as well. One pilot detailed a disturbance up to the size of a football field: “The disturbance appeared to be 50 to 100 meters in diameter and close to round. It was the only area and type of whitewater activity that could be seen and reminded him of images of something rapidly submerging from the surface like a submarine or a ship sinking.”

The disturbed area also resembled shoal water around “a barely submerged reef or island,” but as the pilot flew away, he could see that the disturbance had cleared and seas calmed. Although he never made visual contact with whatever caused the disturbance, the report stated that it may have been caused by an AAV, which was unseen due to cloaking “or invisible to the human eye.”

Another pilot described a disturbance beneath the water of an AAV that “looked like frothy waves and foam almost as if the water was boiling.”

A submarine in the vicinity did not detect anything unusual underwater. If an object was indeed in the Pacific Ocean, “it would represent a highly advanced capability given the advanced capability of our sensors.”

• George Knapp’s ‘I-Team’ featured on the Las Vegas CBS affiliate KLAS-TV news show has obtained and released a 13-page Executive Summary prepared by and for the U.S. military analyzing the so-called Tic Tac UFO that was captured on video by a Navy F-18 fighter jet in 2004 and released publically via a New York Times article in December 2017. (see 2:57 minute video below)

• The summary reveals that the Tic Tac UFO played ‘cat and mouse’ with the U.S. Navy off the coast of California over a two-week period in late 2004. The U.S.S. Nimitz aircraft carrier, and its support ships including the U.S.S. Princeton carrying the most sophisticated sensor systems in the world, repeatedly detected recurring glimpses of the 45-foot long Tic Tac but were unable to lock on.

• On Nov.14, 2004, F-18 jets were ordered into the area to view the UFOs up close. Veteran pilot Dave Fravor, commander of the elite Black Aces unit, says the Tic Tac UFO reacted to the presence of the F-18s then took off like a bullet fired from a gun …”like nothing I’ve ever seen. One minute it’s here, and off, it’s gone.” Fravor has expressed his opinion that the UFO technology was far more advanced than anything known on earth.

• The Navy’s initial report was buried and not forwarded to command. In 2009, this more comprehensive Executive Summary was compiled but not made public. In the months since the December 2017 video release, the Pentagon has remained silent. Luis Elizondo, the former Pentagon intelligence officer who ran the Pentagon UFO program stated, “There are many many Nimitz incidences that are equally compelling.”

• Earlier this year, George Knapp’s I-Team traveled to Washington D.C. for a debriefing arranged by former Senator Harry Reid. There they obtained copies of unclassified documents related to the UFO encounters including the Tic Tac. The summary analysis is not dated and has no logo, but four separate people who are familiar with its contents confirmed to the I-Team it is the real deal and was written as part of a Pentagon program.

• The summary report confirms the Nimitz group had several interactions with the UFOs (also known as ‘AAV’s’ – Anomalous Aerial Vehicles). In the 2004 incident, Navy pilots reported a large disturbance just under the surface of the ocean, round and 100 yards across. It appeared as if the Tic Tac was rendezvousing with the underwater object. It was confirmed that the UFO was not something that belonged to the U.S. or any other nation. It was so advanced, it rendered U.S. capabilities ineffective. It showed velocities far greater than anything known to exist, and it could turn itself invisible, both to radar and the human eye. Essentially, it was undetectable, and unchallenged.

Since the Pentagon’s release of three UFO videos, armchair experts have speculated that maybe the objects are birds or balloons or something mundane.

But now, the I-Team has obtained an in-depth report prepared by and for the military, and it analyzes the so-called Tic Tac UFO using the most sophisticated sensor systems in the world.

Over a two-week period in late 2004, an unknown, 45-foot long Tic Tac shaped object played cat and mouse with the U.S. Navy off the coast of California. The mighty U.S.S. Nimitz aircraft carrier, and its support ships including the U.S.S. Princeton, carrying the most sophisticated sensor systems in the world, repeatedly detected recurring glimpses of the Tic Tac but were unable to lock on.

On Nov.14, F-18s were ordered into the area and saw it up close. Veteran pilot Dave Fravor, commander of the elite Black Aces unit, says the Tic Tac reacted to the presence of the F-18s then took off like a bullet fired from a gun.

“It takes off like nothing I’ve ever seen. One minute it’s here, and off, it’s gone,” said retired Navy pilot David Fravor.

In the explosion of media interest that followed the Pentagon’s release of the Tic Tac video along with recordings of two other encounters, Commander Fravor expressed the opinion that the technology was far more advanced than anything known on earth.

But in the months since the release, the Pentagon has clammed up. It has declined to release official documents about the Nimitz Tic Tac encounter, or similar incidents.

“There are many many Nimitz incidences that are equally compelling, that are told from the eyes of people like Commander Dave Fravor,” said Luis Elizondo, former Pentagon intelligence officer.

Until last year, Elizondo ran AATIP, a secret Pentagon assignment that quietly evaluated UFO incident reports. He chafes at the armchair experts who claim the Tic Tac was a balloon or bird, a mistake by the pilots or a technical glitch.

“Let the data speak for itself,” he said. “Let the information we receive from electro optical data; electro mechanical mechanisms be the tool in which we look and compare what the eyewitness testimony is saying.”

• Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the Lunar Module Pilot of Apollo 14 who walked on the Moon, revealed that there “have been crashed (ET) craft, and (ET) bodies recovered,” and that he “happens to be privileged enough to be in on the fact that we are not alone on this plant ” and we have “been visited many times.”

• Dr. Brian O’Leary was part of a group of ‘scientist-astronauts’ who trained for an Apollo Moon program in the 1960’s that was ultimately cancelled. Dr O’Leary stated that there is “abundant evidence that we are being contacted (by ETs).”

• Joining these astronauts in revealing the truth about the historic ET presence here on Earth is a long and growing list of hundreds, if not thousands of high ranking military personnel, political figures, academics. On top of this, we have hundreds of thousands of pages of documented cases of UFOs and ETs that have been released by multiple governments. • [Editor’s Note] Worden’s account that the human race is descended from people who “got in a little space craft… came here and… started [a] civilization here… to survive” closely resembles recent information that the survivors of the planet Maldek explosion, which devastated Mars, traveled inside of the Moon to the Earth’s orbit and eventually inhabited the continent of Atlantis, which became Antarctica after a pole shift around 12,000 years ago. Although they were not the original Earth humans, they played a major role in genetically enhancing the primitive indigenous humans that they found here to spawn the modern human species.

 

The list of astronauts who have shared their knowledge and beliefs about UFOs and intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations that are or have been visiting our planet is extensive, and growing. This has been seen with recent citizens hearings about UFOs, as well as celebrities like Tom Delonge creating awareness initiatives in conjunction with people from major corporations and intelligence agencies.

Take the founder of Bigelow Aerospace, for example, who is one of many who has shared his knowledge about the fact that we are not alone, and that we are being visited.

This subject has been swept under the radar by so many people, for so long, yet suddenly we’ve had this burst of information that’s made it clear to most that something is going on here.

The more popular this subject gets, the more it enters the mainstream arena, and the more we need to put our critical thinking caps on.

For years, governments and intelligence agencies have had a very heavy interest in this subject. All of the mainstream organizations created to investigate this phenomenon, like NICAP and MUFON, originate from the intelligence and defence community. This is a common trend with regards to mainstream initiatives dealing with the UFO/extraterrestrial subject.

The point is, our government and mainstream media routinely deceive us about important topics. Yet people look to them as reliable sources of information, even though mainstream media has direct connections to the intelligence community and is controlled by a small group of financial elite with very specific agendas.

Harry Reid on What the Government Knows About UFOs

• In a follow-up to the New York Magazine’s March 20th article “Reasons to Believe”, this is the extended version of an interview of the former US Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid (pictured above), about the US government’s research into the topic of UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

• When Reid began to practice law in Las Vegas in the 1960’s, one of his first cases involved the local owner of Bigelow Carpet Company who died in a plane crash at LA Int’l Airport. His son and heir, Robert Bigelow, was told by his grandparents about an incident when they themselves saw a UFO near Las Vegas. As Bigelow increased his own wealth in hotels and real estate, he would financially sponsor UFO seminars and conferences, bringing in scientists and academics.

• Reid’s friend, popular Nevada TV journalist George Knapp, introduced Reid to Robert Bigelow. Bigelow began sending Reid material on UFOs and extraterrestrials which Reid found interesting. Bigelow’s approach to the study of UFOs was more scientific than fanciful, and as he began accumulating information, he built a warehouse in which to store all of this information. In time, Reid would also speak with people such as John Glenn, Bill Clinton, and John Podesta on the subject.

• When Reid had become the leader of the Senate, he reached out to two close friends – Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska and Senator Daniel Inouye of Hawaii – about this UFO phenomenon. Stevens revealed that as a pilot during WWII, he had flown next to a UFO. As Stevens and Inouye controlled the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, they decided to create the Pentagon UFO research program, and awarded the $11M contract to Robert Bigelow ‘because he had spent his own money first’. But it remained a secret program, says Reid, “because I wanted to get something done. I didn’t want a debate that no one knew what the hell they were talking about on the Senate floor.” Reid was never even briefed on the program afterward.

• Reid says that this Pentagon research program has generated hundreds upon hundreds of pages of information, 80% of which has been available to the public. “You know something?” says Reid, “the press has never even looked at it. Not once. That’s where we are. I wanted it public, it was made public, and you guys have not even looked at it.” “So, in short, it’s my belief you guys kind of want to be spoon-fed. You don’t want to do any work on your own.”

• “I’m glad somebody is interested, because it’s a subject that is being terribly neglected,” says Reid. “I’m happy to talk to you.”

 

Yesterday, we outlined thirteen reasons to take recent reports of UFOs and extraterrestrial life seriously, including a chat with former Senate majority leader Harry Reid about the government’s research into the topic. Here, an extended version of that conversation.

Hi, this is Eric Benson from New York Magazine.

Hi, Eric. Why do you want to talk to me?

Well, because of the New York Times article and the program that you helped bring about.

Well, I’m happy to talk to you. Just let me preface this by saying this, if we’re here to talk about little green men or stuff that you want to look at that was found in New Mexico or something, I’m not interested. If you’re here to talk about science, I’m happy to do that. I’m really glad to do that. I’m glad somebody is interested, because it’s a subject that is being terribly neglected, so I’m happy to talk to you.

Great. Well, I don’t want to talk to you about little green men.

Okay.

One thing I am curious about, though, is just where your interest in this subject comes from.
That’s pretty easy. When I first got out of law school many, many years ago, in the mid-’60s, I worked with three other lawyers. A big case we had was a case involving a bunch of rich Las Vegas businessmen. They went into L.A. International Airport, tried to take off, and the plane crashed and killed them all. It was a very interesting case. It went to Supreme Court, a mistrial declared, hung jury, went on for years.

One of the people who was killed in that plane crash was a guy by the name of Bigelow. He was not as wealthy, but he was a wealthy man in Las Vegas who ran a carpet company, Bigelow Carpet. His son was 18 years old when that crash occurred. He’s a central figure in all this. I didn’t know him, but when he was a young man, he heard a story from his grandparents about driving down from Mt. Charleston — that’s a 12,000-foot mountain just ten miles out of Las Vegas — where they saw something in the air. This so-called flying saucer, for lack of a better description. It piqued his curiosity.

He became a very wealthy man. I mean extremely wealthy. During the time that he had some money, he said, “I would like to know more about this.” He would have, several times a year, at his big office here in Las Vegas — knew how to make money buying and selling real estate. He would pay for these seminars, these conferences, and he would bring in scientists, academics, and a few nut cases. That’s a bad way of talking about some people, but, you know — people who were really, in my opinion, kind of on the fringes.

Probably the No. 1 TV journalist in Nevada was a guy by the name of George Knapp. He and I were friends. He had known me for years. He said to me one day, “Hey, I know this guy Bigelow, he’s interested in a subject, I don’t know if you have any interest in it all, but you should get to know him. He’s got a lot of money. He’s kind of an interesting guy. I’ll introduce you. You’ll go to one of those little deals and spend a few hours with him.”

I did that. It was really fascinating quite frankly because there were people trying to figure out what all this aerial phenomenon was. Bigelow knew I was interested.

I’ve always been a voracious reader. I blinded myself in one eye — I used to read really, really fast, and I can still read fairly fast with only one eye; not nearly as fast as I used to. Just a little side note: I took the Evelyn Wood Reading Dynamics course here in Las Vegas, and I was told I was the fastest reader they ever had in Nevada. I can read so fast.

How fast are you? Is there a number that represents —

I don’t know. I don’t know. But anyway, to make a long story short, he started sending me tons of stuff. I mean tons of stuff. I read it. A lot of it was nothing that interested me. It was, they reexamined and examined and reexamined the crash in New Mexico that happened down there that everybody knows about that knows anything about this subject. It was repetitive, and I didn’t care. But there was some stuff that interested me. Mainly what interested me is so many people had seen these strange things in the air. That was interesting to me.

I’m in the Senate now and one day was joined by John Glenn, who I thought was just such a wonderful human being. I said to John, “Hey John, I’ve been reading all this stuff, do you have any interest in it?” He said, “I’ve always had an interest in it.” You get the picture so far, right?

Yeah.

I’m in Washington in the Senate and Bob Bigelow called me — I kept in touch with him over the years. He called me and he said, “I got the strangest letter here. Could I have a courier bring it to you?” I said, “Sure.” He didn’t want to send it to me over the lines for obvious reasons.

I read the letter. The letter was from a federal national-security agency. Okay? The letter said, “I am a senior, longtime member of this security agency, and I have a Ph.D.” — I can’t remember in what, in physics for sure, maybe math also. “And,” the letter said, “I’m interested. I’m interested in talking to you, Mr. Bigelow. I have an interest in what you’ve been working on. I want to go to your ranch in Utah.”

Bigelow had bought a great big ranch, a 70-, 100-acre ranch in Utah that was in a basin for more than a century.

Was that the Skinwalker Ranch?

Yeah, that’s it. I called Bigelow back and said, “Hey, I’ll meet with the guy.” I called the guy. He said, “I don’t want to meet at my office, I don’t want to meet at your office. Where can we meet?” I said, “Come to my home.” The two of us met and I was terribly impressed with him. Very low-key scientist. He told me of his interest. I called Bigelow and I said, “This guy, I’ve checked him out and he seems like a pretty nice guy and his credentials are as he says.”

He went, met Bigelow, and after I don’t know how much time went by, he came to me and said, “Something should be done about this.

Somebody should study it.” I was convinced he was right. I said, “Well, if you were me, what would you say to people in power in the United States Senate who have huge control over the spending of defense money?” And here’s what he said: “What I will do is prepare something for you that anyone can look at it that wants to, it’s strictly science.” He put it in scientific language — what the study should consist of.

I, at the time, was the leader of the Senate, and I called two of my friends who for many, many years were like brothers. One a Democrat, one a Republican. They controlled for quite a number of years the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee. It was Stevens and Inouye.

As I said in the New York Times article, it was the easiest meeting I ever had. I walked in and I knew so much and Ted Stevens interrupted me and said, “I’ve heard enough.” He said, “Since I was a pilot in World War II, I’ve been tremendously curious, concerned about stuff that we don’t know anything about.” He said, “I was in my airplane alone and off to my left was an object. I could see it. It was so close to me. I would veer up, down, sideways. Wherever I went, it was there. I was starting to get low on fuel, went and landed, and went to the air-traffic controller. I said, ‘Was there anybody up in the air with me?’ The guy said, ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about.’”

That’s why it was an easy sell for him. He, Ted Stevens, when he was in the military, didn’t go to his superior and say, “I saw the damnedest thing in the air.” Why? Because the work we did, pilots would almost refuse to report this stuff. Why? Because it would hurt them in their promotions and make them look like goofballs.

What we decided to do — it would be black money, we wouldn’t have a big debate on the Senate floor over it. They would put in their defense appropriation bill, 11 million bucks. The purpose of it was to study aerial phenomena. The money was given, a directive was given to the Pentagon, to put this out to bid, which they did.

People may be inquisitive: “How did Bigelow win that bid? Why?” Because he had spent his own money first. For two years, the federal government helped him. Thousands of pages were gathered, just like I told you, of things that had happened. There was no central location where all this stuff was gathered — that’s what he did. He built his building for it. For two years, when we got financial help — but there was a change in leadership and it didn’t work. So the federal government dropped out of the project.

As you’ve heard from a few people since this story came out, Luis Elizondo, for example, he quit, because they wouldn’t do anything seriously. He was terribly interested in this. They’re all mad because the federal government has done nothing. The guy that came to me, his job was in jeopardy because he tried to do something he felt was appropriate. He said to me first time we met, “I don’t know why we’re not doing anything.” He said, “I’ll bet the Chinese are.” He said, “I’ll bet the Russians are. I’ll bet the Japanese are. Why aren’t we doing anything?”

That’s the story. You’ve got in a nutshell, that’s how I got involved in this.

Do We Unite Against Alien Threats or Ignore Them to Avoid Mockery?

• In 1985, Ronald Reagan was so stirred by the notion that an extraterrestrial invasion would overshadow national differences that he brought it up in a meeting with Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev. In a 1987 speech to the United Nations, Reagan said, “I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.” To his detractors, this was evidence of how out of touch Reagan was with reality.

• In December 2017, the New York Times detailed the experiences of U.S. military pilots who encountered a fleet of rotating aircraft traveling at high speed off the coast of San Diego in 2004. But according to former Senator Harry Reid, UFO sightings were not often reported up the military’s chain of command because service members were afraid they would be laughed at or stigmatized.

• In March 2018, the military released additional videos capturing advanced UFO technology. In a Washington Post op-ed, former defense intelligence analyst Christoper Mellon expressed bafflement that these stories did not trigger national security concerns. He called on authorities to “set aside taboos regarding ‘UFOs’ and instead listen to our pilots and radar operators.”

• So far, the mainstream media had avoided any rational discussion of the UFO topic. Perhaps it’s unsurprising given how conditioned reporters are to disbelieve. Still, they are ignoring the the biggest scoop of the 21st century.

• Why are these UFOs keeping their distance from us, or remaining hidden altogether? Maybe it’s because they treat Earth like a giant zoo. Maybe they are actually extraterrestrial tourists and anthropologists who are fascinated with the exotic life, unique social systems, and the stunning natural beauty found on Earth. Perhaps untold numbers of aliens watch our planet’s adventures unfold on an intergalactic reality show. We don’t know.

• The fact is that the presence of advanced UFO craft in our skies has become our reality. It is time that we moved past the giggle factor and the institutionalized ridicule, take the existence of UFOs seriously, and begin to investigate their reasons for being here.

 

In 1987, in a unifying speech to the United Nations, President Ronald Reagan delivered an address without any precedent before or since. “Perhaps we need some outside universal threat to make us recognize the common bond,” Reagan told diplomats from all over the planet. “I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.”

This was far from the first time Reagan made such a reference. As chronicled in The New York Times, Lou Cannon — perhaps Reagan’s most acclaimed biographer — had learned that the 40th president …
… was so stirred by the notion that extraterrestrial invasion would trump national differences that he floated the scenario upon meeting Mikhail Gorbachev at Geneva in 1985. This departure from script flummoxed Reagan’s staff — not to mention the Soviet general secretary. Mr. Cannon writes that, well acquainted with what he called the president’s interest in “little green men,” Colin L. Powell, at the time the national security adviser, was convinced that the proposal had been inspired by “The Day the Earth Stood Still.”

Whether inspired by the 1951 science-fiction film or not, this triggered ridicule of Reagan that has endured for decades. In a 1991 review of one of Cannon’s Reagan biographies, Sidney Blumenthal — then still a journalist, not yet a cut-throat Clinton operative — cited this and other stories showing Reagan finding inspiration in movies as evidence of his ignorance and lack of intelligence. In 2013, MSNBC host Rachel Maddow called Reagan’s U.N. comments “one of the truly weirdest things” he had ever said.

In December, Harvard’s Nathan J. Robinson — editor of Current Events magazine — offered a different take: Reagan’s U.N. speech is exactly correct. It’s a refreshing departure from the usual nationalist rhetoric to hear a president talking about the common bonds that unite humanity, and the cosmic insignificance of all our intraspecies conflicts.

One week after Robinson’s essay appeared, a staggering scoop appeared in The New York Times that indirectly offered another theory of how individuals might react to evidence of the existence of aliens — not with alacrity or with terror but with fear they’d be mocked if they shared the news with a skeptical world.

The scoop, citing hard evidence that had been declassified by the Pentagon — not the Weekly World News, InfoWars or one of the many other sources that traffic in wild conspiracy theories — detailed the experiences of U.S. military pilots who encountered what the Times reported as a fleet of rotating aircraft “surrounded by some kind of glowing aura traveling at high speed” off the coast of San Diego in 2004. Instead of treating this experience as an epochal close encounter, the pilots and their superiors didn’t much want to talk about it. Here’s why, according to the Times:
The sightings were not often reported up the military’s chain of command, [Nevada Sen. Harry] Reid said, because service members were afraid they would be laughed at or stigmatized.

A March 9 commentary in the Washington Post by Christopher Mellon, deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence in the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations, added to this hard-to-fathom big picture: The [San Diego] videos, along with observations by pilots and radar operators, appear to provide evidence of the existence of aircraft far superior to anything possessed by the United States or its allies. Defense Department officials who analyze the relevant intelligence confirm more than a dozen such incidents off the East Coast alone since 2015. In another recent case, the Air Force launched F-15 fighters last October in a failed attempt to intercept an unidentified high-speed aircraft looping over the Pacific Northwest.

A third declassified video … reveals a previously undisclosed Navy encounter that occurred off the East Coast in 2015.

Mellon, who works for a research company that wants these reports thoroughly investigated, expressed bafflement that these stories could circulate in the upper reaches of the U.S. government without triggering national security concerns that such advanced technology might be a threat to the U.S. He called on authorities to “set aside taboos regarding ‘UFOs’ and instead listen to our pilots and radar operators.”

NBC News – Penn State astronomer asks – Should we be looking for space aliens a bit closer to home? 

Converging lines of evidence show the media, factions within the US Pentagon and mainstream science are taking UFOs seriously – while the White House remains silent.

In a report by NBC News, a Penn State astrophysicist contends that if spacefaring extraterrestrials ever did enter our solar system, perhaps these species might have produced artefacts or other technosignatures that have survived to the present day on any planet in our solar system.

As this dialogue expands, US and Canadian mainstream media have also taken the initiative to create headlines about the Pentagon’s high level of interest in UFOs.

Science, the media and government have traditionally shown disinterest, silence and even hostility towards the UFO/ET issue. This now appears to have changed dramatically.

These three terrestrial edifices of conventional wisdom, whether they realize it or not, have inadvertently and independently produced three converging lines of evidence that point in one direction: The imminent possibility of an extraterrestrial footprint in our star system. After decades of silence and resistance these three entities seem to be talking the same language.

THE CONVERGING LINES OF EVIDENCE

One line of inquiry points to an admission by the Pentagon that it authorized the release of now, three gun-camera videos, each obtained by Navy F/A-18 jets of multiple intercepts of UFOs. Each video has been authorized for release by Pentagon officials.

The second line of inquiry reveals the Pentagon admitted the existence of a $22 million program to investigate UFOs from 2007 to 2012. The retired head of that program Luis Elizondo is on record – stating he feels the program still operates.

A third line of inquiry is an academic statement by a tenured astronomer at Penn State University about the possible existence of intelligent off-world civilizations.

Upon analysis of these converging lines of evidence it becomes clear these evidentiary facts have much more in common than one might suspect.

THE MEDIA and GOVERNMENT
Thus far in Canada and the United States alone – six prominent mainstream media outlets in North America have assigned distinguished journalists and high-powered investigative news programs to cover the UFO/ET issue.

Each of these six prominent 21st century news organizations have decided to cover UFO/ET news in a fair and open manner – devoid of the ridicule and giggle factors that characterized their predecessors’ treatment of this matter:

  • CTV NEWS – Canada’s largest independent news outlet. CTV coverage,
  • America’s number one rated 60 Minutes – a CBS flagship of news and analysis interviewed billionaire entrepreneur Robert Bigelow on the UFO/ET matter,
  • MSNBC discussed the Pentagon’s UFO program,
  • ABC News coverage also engaged the UFO/ET matter.

This unexpected and revolutionary form of discourse among the mainstream media is gathering momentum – making more and more doubters feel that if conventional mainstream media is chatting up the ET factor in this way, perhaps it is time to take these matters more seriously.

Now science – the ever constant and established arbiter of conventional wisdom – is stepping forward to suggest – we may not be alone and may never have been. 
 
Early astronomers Ptolemy, Galileo and Copernicus shattered the mold of the long-held belief that the Earth was the centre of the solar system – might Dr. Wright, his colleagues and perhaps all of science be on the verge of a new paradigm of belief?
 

THE SCIENCE

In an abstract, a Penn State academic states: “The origins and possible locations for technosignatures of such a prior indigenous technological species, which might have arisen on ancient Earth or another body, such as a pre-greenhouse Venus or a wet Mars.”

Penn State astrophysicist Dr. Jason Wright told John Wenz of NBC News MACH: “We need experts in a variety of fields across astrobiology, geology, and anthropology to look at all the data to make concrete statements about whether there’s a chance that advanced space aliens once lived or visited here.”

This unprecedented statement by a leading astrophysicist indicating that an ET presence in our solar system is entirely plausible should, on its own merits, be explored. The contention by Wright is significant for two ardently existential reasons.

First – the UFO/ET issue has long-suffered the criticism that mainstream science and more specifically astronomers have always been reluctant to render any public and substantive statements on an ET presence. Traditional science has long held that it is not even remotely interested in discussing the proposition that intelligent off-world civilizations may have made their presence felt in our star system. Our Earth-bound modes of reasoning have never included this hypothesis.

Although slowly, these reservations seem to be evaporating. This new kind of proclamation out of Penn State is not only extremely unusual and a departure from the status quo – it certainly implies mainstream science is now preparing itself for a much more comprehensive conversation about the much maligned UFO/ET issue.

Why so? Quite simple actually… Any discussion about the existence of extraterrestrials – by default – leads journalists and scientists into the voluminous evidentiary documentation that the UFO phenomenon has been discussed, analyzed and sequestered at the highest levels of governance on the planet for decades. This mode of investigation has never been fully explored by media entities normally bent on celebrity adulation, the stock market or exposing the simplistic notion of government impropriety, waste or a president who appears unable to grasp the meaning and significance of the American Constitution. 

The human family is faced with much larger and more intuitive matters of existentialism – matters that recognize the individual as capable of understanding the significance of his or her own rights – not those donative rights given to them by the state which can be so arbitrarily taken away at any time – but those rights of natural law – the human right to freedom and control over his or her own destiny and development. This is where the UFO/ET issue resides in the human consciousness. It loiters but still operates within a dichotomous cosmos of spiritual simplicity but one of immensely incomprehensible complexity.

Given this unique and often unarticulated context – clear lines of converging evidence dramatically demonstrate that multiple levels of orchestrated government secrecy and lies are now in question. It is now obvious government has – in fact – remained audibly silent on and lied to its citizens about the UFO/ET matter for over 70 years. Does this mendacity conjure suggestions of a cover-up or dare we say – a conspiracy?

THE ULTIMATE TAKE AWAY
This tincture of science and news reporting may represent an emulsion and not an oil and water dichotomy. Considering the connectivity of ideas – add to this mix the governmental and geo-political implications of an ET presence and one is looking at a ready-made literary cocktail – capable of re-writing history. 

These seemingly mutually exclusive lines of inquiry now appear to have some common ground – a galactic intersection with Earthly and alien pedestrians crossing every which way to get to the other side.

If a renowned Penn State astrophysicist like Dr. Jason Wright is making these kinds of statements – might we not want to pay a little closer attention. Much in the same way we would if he had proclaimed, “We have found a cure for cancer…” Both are stunning propositions – maybe we can believe both if ET technologies are as advanced as the experts say they may appear to be. 

If the UFOs being seen by pilots are indeed of non-Earth origin as many believe, then we can only assume that these off-world civilizations possess the capacity to conquer the vast interstellar distances of space using unimaginable energy sources, technologies and exotic propulsion systems that make possible light speed travel – might they also have eliminated disease as well as their own extinction behaviours? Advancing these kinds of discussions can only enlighten and allow for possibilities – rejecting them is done at our peril.

The second reason why this matter is significant is that NBC and CBS News are credited with being two of, if not the highest rated US mainstream news media outlets. This departure from traditional mainstream news ridicule of the ET issue creates what appears to be a contemporaneous and reformative rise in the level of interest in the possible existence of off-world intelligences that may have made their presence felt in our star system. Might then other mainstream news outlets, government officials and other segments of society want to pay closer attention?

These growing and concurrent shifts in consciousness and ideology from both the academic/scientific community and American mainstream journalism illustrates a revised attitude toward a conversation about ET life and the truth that has been sequestered behind walls of secrecy for so very long. 

Dr. Wright’s statement and one by Harvard professor Dr. Avi Loeb has upset the traditional apple-cart among astronomers who hold tight to the view that there is no evidence of an ET presence anywhere in the known cosmos – a world-view that espouses there is no logical sense in pursuing this matter.

MORE QUESTIONS ARISE
Now that Dr. Wright and some of his colleagues are asking these kinds of questions – is it not now time to talk more seriously about extraterrestrials, UFOs and a cosmos that may be teeming with life? 

Does the next stage in evolution of this matter foresee the media and science sustain their lines of inquiry to pressure and openly challenge the White House and other indolent levels of governance to come clean? Why is this level of discourse so important?

First, this quality of mainstream coverage would have been unheard of even 5 years ago. Second, this level of coverage by the media reaches far beyond the ‘UFO choir-of-the-converted’ and into the living rooms, kitchens, libraries, government offices, news rooms and professional institutions where those who inhabit these places go about their business – blissfully unaware of and oblivious to the facts rooted in this matter. It is in these places where the cosmically impaired reside. It is here where what the late Dr. John Mack called – the ‘battle over world views’ – will be won.

Given that Ptolemy, Galileo and Copernicus began putting major cracks in the outmoded scientific and religious slate of beliefs of the day by imprinting a new paradigm onto reality, it turns out Dr. Wright and his colleagues in addition to the media and the Pentagon might all be on the verge of cracking a few more tablets themselves.
 
At the vanishing point of these converging lines of evidence we are left with two conclusions:
  • Science – government and media are now – for the first time in history – on the same page. It’s taken 70 years – but the wait has been worth it, and, 
  • We are not alone and never have been.
It’s finally time to talk seriously about UFOs and Extraterrestrial life.

President Trump Validates QAnon – How Will UFO SSP Disclosure Happen?

On February 21, President Donald Trump hosted a gathering of students, teachers and parents from the Majory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting tragedy. Just before the meeting began at 4:21 pm, President Trump was photographed showing some handheld notes on White House stationary with a list of five talking points he planned to use during the meeting.

Unusually, Trump had the notes facing outward toward the cameras, rather than facing towards him which would be normal for any public speaker. This made it easy for the notes to be photographed leading to immediate media speculation about the appropriateness of Trump’s talking points.

Only a few hours after the meeting, at 7:34 pm, EST, QAnon released a coded post referring to five security tests.

The next day, QAnon posted an image showing Trump holding the note, alongside the later coded message. Trump’s hand placement, the five note’s points, appeared to have a connection to QAnon’s coded post.

The message QAnon was transmitting was that Trump had deliberately turned his notes outward facing the camera in order to pass on a coded message.

QAnon was telling his audience that Trump was hearing the voices of the many estimated to number as much as twenty million (Q post 809), who have been following the QAnon material – “I hear you”.

During the meeting itself, available on video, the notes are nowhere to be seen. Trump, only held the notes prior to the meeting’s start. This tells us that these were just talking points for Trump to memorize before the meeting began and were then discarded.

It’s possible that he accidently had the list of five points facing out prior to the start of the meeting, but its highly unusual for an experienced public speaker like Trump to do so. The more plausible explanation is that his action was deliberate.

Given the connection QAnon found in Trump’s odd hand placement around the notes, and the coded message released only three hours later, this makes it clearer that Trump’s action was deliberate and not accidental.

Consequently, it does appear that Trump was sending a coded message that corroborated the QAnon material, as investigative reporters such as Dr. Jerome Corsi contend.

If Trump was indeed passing on a coded message that both corroborated the February 21 security test, and that he was listening to people following the QAnon material, then some important conclusions can be drawn.

First, Donald Trump is aware of and endorsing the QAnon disclosures of classified information occurring on anonymous message boards. This conclusion supports the contention of Dr. Corsi that QAnon is a group of U.S. Army Military Intelligence officials that are disclosing classified information about real life events involving the White House.

Second, Donald Trump is actively participating in sending coded messages designed to legitimate the QAnon material, which confirms that his administration is directly connected with and supporting QAnon.

Third, President Trump is sanctioning the disclosure of classified information through QAnon’s posts, which opens the door to read-in insiders to anonymously disclose classified information on a range of topics. This is significant since many insiders possessing classified information would not normally release it, unless authorized by a higher authority, such as Trump.

Finally, the Trump Administration is locked into a no holds barred struggle against Deep State actors and forces as explained in over 800 posts to date by QAnon.  These cover a multitude of issues concerning secret indictments, arrests of Deep State officials involved in pedophile networks, treasonous actions by Obama administration officials, and the January 13 false flag ballistic missile attack on Hawaii.

In addition, Corsi has claimed that Trump is very familiar with the cover-up of information concerning UFO’s and Secret Space Programs. It’s therefore very possible that QAnon will be the means by which advanced technologies secretly developed in Unacknowledged Special Access Programs will be disclosed to the world.

This leads us to a comment Trump made in his inauguration speech:  

We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease, and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow.

It’s therefore well worth closely monitoring QAnon’s posts and President Trump’s actions in supporting the release of classified information through anonymous whistleblowers, and what this is about to disclose about UFO’s and secret space programs.

Steve Bassett, founder of the Paradigm Research Group (PRG), is one of the most senior UFO campaigners based in the US, and is the only registered lobbyist in the US on the “aliendisclosure” subject.

Mr Bassett claims global governments are engaging with extraterrestrials on Earth and keeping it top secret from the public.

He believes there is more chance of Russian President Vladimir Putin speaking out than Donald Trump.
Mr Bassett spoke to Natalia Pryguina for Russian TV programme Most Shocking Hypotheses on Ren TV, one of the most watched networks in Russia with a viewer base of 120 million.

He has now released segments of the interview on the PRG website.

Mr Bassett said there was a wealth of testimony from witnesses about UFOs seen hovering over nuclear facilities in both the US and Russia.

And he revealed his thoughts on the main reasons “aliens are here.”

He said: “Number one, nuclear weapons tampering. There is evidence all the way back to the sixties, but the media would not deal with it.

“The ETs come down and hover a craft over a nuclear site and turn all the missiles off.

“That was impossible. These are all individually siloed, they have individual support, you would literally have to affect each one separately.

“When a SAT-based officer or personnel try to turn them back on, they run through three sequences and as soon as they turn them back on, they are turned off again and they cant turn them back on until the craft leaves.

“This has been happening in the US, we have got scores of witnesses capable of testifying, SAT-based officers with top-security clearance.”

He then detailed a more disturbing event said to have happened in Russia.

Mr Bassett said: “There was one event where there is some evidence, I am not saying it has been proved and that is an event of a different kind. We believe it happened in Russia.

“It was not a case of turning the missiles off, what happened, is, I understand the Russian nuclear facility, usually a series of missiles within a site, all of a sudden the launch sequence began within that facility and it shouldn’t have happened.

“The people that worked there didn’t initiate that.”
