There was an irregular, sudden incursion of archaeologists associated with the Ministry of Culture (and its local, regional chapter) accompanied by 7 policemen to go into the room where the mummies are being kept inside the university. They wanted to confiscate the 3-finger Nazca bodies (including the large mummy “María”) but could not because the person with the keys was not available. This move may have been illegal because there was no previous notification and the university has its own autonomy and rights. The university took a valiant, creative step in defense of a true spirit of scientific investigation and now all of it is in peril.
The people doing this give the public impression that they want to do it because they are sure that the case of the three-finger mummies involves the illicit use of prehispanic bodies and animals. But the other impression which they give is that they do not want to give an opportunity for a scientific institution to conduct formal, careful research in Perú. Is it prejudice? A lack of mental flexibility? A defense of what they believe is the spoilage of national heritage to commit fraud? Or is it jealousy that they didn’t make the discovery under conventional circumstances? Obeying a conspiracy of silence? All of the above?

Most of their objections have been answered by the scientists that (unlike them) studied the most important samples up close.
The individuals trying to take the bodies away may return to the university during the weekend or on Monday to confiscate the remains. Major local news services tend to side with the conventional position and do not seem to understand the importance of what such a discovery may be or to care about it besides their need to occasionally cover the news for ratings. The skeptic side seems to get more air time repeatedly.
Reporter Jois Mantilla is one of the few reporters that cares and is trying to do something about this. Other scientists quietly researching the “mummies” (even if convinced that at least some mummies can be genuine) still do not want their names to be known. New genetic results and other new results (due to tests performed after the person who found the bodies surrendered them to the university) were going to be revealed in about 10 days. I hope that they are revealed ASAP to show that confiscating the bodies would be a big mistake.
The international community should urgently ask the Ministry of Culture to allow this research to continue.

Today was an important day to preserve the 3 finger-bodies or specimens. The Ministry of Culture wanted to confiscate the three-finger humanoid bodies taking them away from the custody of Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga that wants to invite scientists from all over the world to conduct proper research on them.
This day the authorities from the Ministry of Culture from Ica returned, also with police presence but they could not forcefully confiscate the 3-finger bodies. Both parties reached an agreement for the Ministry of Culture representatives to come back to take photos of the specimens another day. They didn’t seem to be well-informed about the research that had been conducted.
The Vice-rector Martin Alarcon was firm but conciliatory and did not exclude the scientists from the Ministry of Culture to participate in the research. Also, the police presence had been irregular in the first place because they had not been called and that is not permitted by law. It would have violated the university’s autonomy. They also didn’t have a court order and were basing their actions in a presumption. The rights of the university prevailed, at least today.
The conversation flowed in terms that in order to know what is the truth we must all come together to investigate. The vice-rector invited them as scientists to come back on the 5th and 6th of November also to participate in an international archaeology conference that will include one day for the three-finger specimens.
Some of the best 3-finger specimens are inside containers covered with red cloths and under lock and key behind a hermetically sealed glass door. Outside of the Vice -Rector’s office, about seven archaeology students were protesting the decision to safe keep several specimens, because they consider this to debase their professions.

Yesterday (coinciding with the important meeting with the Ministry of Culture representatives as per the future of the three-finger humanoid bodies), the National Superintendence of Higher University Education (SUNEDU) denied renovating the operating license to Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga (also know as “UNICA”), founded in 1970 and with 19,400 students. SUNEDU had recently denied renovating the license of 21 private universities. Unfortunately, the university became the first public university to be denied such a license. Unless the university’s license is re-established no new students will be able to enroll. Enrolled students can continue to attend classes.
At least since April 2019, the university was working with SUNEDU to solve the problems that had plagued the institution, problems related to a previous administration. There also are charges of corruption involving the previous administration. Strangely enough(and very suspiciously) their license was revoked on the same day in which the meeting with the Ministry of Culture regarding the three-finger bodies took place.
It seems to me that traditional political and scientific forces are psychologically blocked against the possibility of unique, non-human intelligent, humanoid beings actually being researched in a serious way in association with major institutions and that they try to find reasons to stop it.
I believe that if the university continues having classes (as it strives to meet the demands of SUNEDU) it should continue hosting the research on the 3-finger bodies to determine the truth.
OCTOBER 20, 2019. A national or public university in Peru has taken custody of some of the three-finger Palpa-Nazca “mummies” and promises not only to eventually exhibit them to the public but to promote their RESEARCH, open to adequate, honest and accredited national and international scientists.
This University is the “Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga” (abbreviated as “UNICA” and colloquially known as “Universidad de Ica” because it is located in the Department of Ica, a region where the Nazca Geoglyphs, the Palpa Geoglyphs, the Paracas skulls, the Chincha Culture and other archeological remnants are located).
In spite of opposition from some archaeologists and media reporters, who even went to this university to prevent such a decision, this university has opted for the scientifically correct path. The Vice-Rectorof researchDr. Martin Alarcón wants to investigate. This is the correct scientific attitude.
On November 6th, 2019 there will be a press conference to officially announce this decision by the university.
Mr. Jaime Maussan and Peruvian reporter Jois Mantilla (perhaps the only major Peruvian reporter covering this important development) declare that GAIA TV will not control the research process.
According to biologist José de la Cruz Ríos López, new tomographies have confirmed the presence of internal organs and Inkari Institute lead by Thierry Jamin sent teguments and bones to an institute in Paris. Spectrometry was conducted revealing tissue that once belonged to living beings showing a natural biochemistry instead of any evidence that the bodies studied in France had been artificially assembled with modern substances. The analysis liberated water showing that there still was some natural fat content.
Mr. Jaime Maussan invites once again the participation of skeptical scientists and even the scientists that rejected the possible findings and investigations from the start. Quite likely, Dr. Konstantin Korotkov from Russia (said to have clear images of embryos inside eggs in one of the specimens) will come to Perú to participate along with other Russian scientists.

Recently the discovery of a large three-finger geoglyph in the Atacama Desert in Chile, has taken place. It seems to depict one of the smaller (60cm long) three-finger “mummies” found in the Palpa – Nazca area. I learned about this news in the beginning of October, 2019. To me, it looks genuine but – of course – experts should study it. The geoglyph also has a sphere above the left shoulder.

In the Introduction to his excellent book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs & Extraterrestrial Alliances (2015). Dr. Michael Salla qualified the demand by famed Astronomer Carl Sagan that “extraordinary claims
require extraordinary evidence” with a corollary to that doctrine as it applies to Secret Space Program whistleblowers.
Salla stated that “a more appropriate research dictum” to use in their cases is that “extraordinary claims require extraordinary investigation” when dealing with those alleging “eyewitness” status to SSP activities.
He noted the extreme difficulty of such individuals producing physical evidence of their observations, especially considering the dangers to them stemming from the national security implications of their experiences.
I see great merit in his position and would add a further modification when it comes to those making predictions of imminent (Full) Disclosure.
Ufologist Richard Dolan is famous for a cautious, meticulous approach to all things extraterrestrial. I would, therefore, label my recommendation the Dolan Corollary to the Sagan/Salla Thesis and require Disclosure proponents demonstrate “extraordinary caution” in their remarks.
Back in early May, PRG Ex Dir Steve Bassett announced that “Full Disclosure is imminent”, something he has done in the past as I pointed out here.
More recently, Robert David Steele stated that: David Wilcock is certain that President Donald Trump — who is fully familiar with both free energy and stellar civilization — wants to do disclosure in September.
Perhaps……but I strongly doubt that will happen. Wilcock has been predicting Disclosure for years now.. Both he and Steele are brilliant and hard-working…….but often wrong in their predictions. I appreciate
their enthusiasm and confidence but wishful thinking is no substitute for accurate forecasting.
I urge greater caution in such matters as a way of insulating Ufology from attacks that it is the delusional rantings by the tin-foil hat crowd and conspiracy theorists.
I am often guilty of making predictions because of my urgent desire to share with others what I believe is about to happen. But I style such writings “speculative musings” a way of diffusing their impact and lessening
their ability to mislead readers into accepting them as totally accurate.
Ufology is a serious matter that has played a significant role in human history but which is often distorted or shrouded in secrecy by those with hidden agendas bent on maintaining their power.
Adoption of the Dolan Corollary while maintaining respect for Sagan’s mandate and Salla’s valuable insight may well accelerate the potential for (Full) Disclosure. By creating an atmosphere where leaders feel a higher comfort level with the risks associated with transparency, the UFO community may achieve an end to the Truth Embargo in the near future as its most ardent advocates desire.

The foundation continues to be laid to validate PRG Director Steve Bassett’s May 2019 prediction that “full disclosure is imminent!”
If that happens now it would make Donald Trump the disclosure president much to the chagrin of those suffering from TDS who dreamed that Hillary Clinton would garner that title.
There’s a strong argument to be made that she would have justifiably earned that label had she won the 2016 election. Starting with her work with the Rockefeller Initiative back in the late 1990s and right up to the last presidential campaign where both she and her campaign manager, John Podesta, more than hinted of their intention to end The Truth Embargo, Hillary has been a champion of greater transparency when it came to UFOs/UAVs.
Trump’s discussion with Tucker Carlson in Korea a few days ago is fascinating: he states that solid grounds for believing UFOs are real even if he doesn’t embrace the idea that they are extraterrestrial.
The key point is that he is talking about the subject……again……following his recent chat with George Stephanopoulos where the subject was raised for the first time with him.
Trump is discussing this in public in the context of the media being inundated with reports on the formerly taboo topic and admits that he is “open-minded” about it all since the pilots and other witnesses are credible.
Is this another baby-step along the soft disclosure road set in motion with the formation of TTSA in October of 2017 and the New York Times article two months later describing the ATTP? It sure seems like it to me.
Maybe Richard C. Hoagland will have something to say about this on July 20th when he may follow up his recent interview with Clyde Lewis where he suggested some sort of big announcement is on the way.
The 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing would seem the perfect time for Trump to say that he had received a new briefing and that ETs and/or their crashed craft are here. Hoagland has sent the president a special report on the Moon and Mars which might be all he needs.
Combine the rash of discussion about UFOs after decades of official denial with Trump’s Space Force, other revelations like the Wilson/Davis notes about a downed alien vehicle and many reports by military and civilians of UFO sightings and we have a clear indication that Bassett may indeed be right.
I thought he was premature in his prediction and that another Middle East war with Iran was more likely. Maybe it will turn out that both forecasts prove true.
But if we receive official confirmation of the ET presence on Earth, that would make Trump the Disclosure President, something a man with his lust for fame and notoriety would surely relish in the run-up to the 2020 election…….and as a permanent legacy of his presidency!

For those who have read William Bramley’s The Gods of Eden, you will recall that the book started out as his exploration of the causes of war before ending up as an overview of ETs and UFOs.
In other words, there is a clear connection between war and space because the same advanced technology that allows countries to go off planet has enormous potential for use as powerful weapons. Can you say Star Wars (SDI), Space Force or the Nazi Bell program?
The latest crisis in the Middle East once again sees an escalation of tensions that could readily boil over into a global conflagration even more dramatic than what we saw in the first half of the twentieth century.
Simultaneously we have an increase in the observation of UFOs and a semi-official form of soft disclosure wherein the government is finally admitting they are real with the military tracking them.
To the extent that the official narrative couches the phenomena as a threat, it serves as justification for keeping the endeavor secret as a way of protecting national security. Even the alleged attack on the Japanese tanker involved an “Unexplained Flying Object” reinforcing the theme that serves the MIC/Deep State agenda for more funding and virtual secrecy.
My suspicious mind keeps flashing red that the entire TTSA and ATTIP process including the Wilson leaks is a highly sophisticated, well-coordinated psychological operation serving the Deep State’s Agenda for more weapons and funding.
I am so wary of the seeming coincidences and convenient events that on some level I suspect that Trump coordinated the latest crisis with Prime Minister Abe during his recent visit to Japan. There’s an outside chance that the Iranian Mullahs are also part of this “conspiracy” in which tensions are ratcheted up prior to the G20, thus laying the foundation for Xi, Putin and Trump to meet in a Yalta like Summit to work out the New World Order and save the day with no more bloodshed.
Such a bold scenario on the Grand Chessboard might entail a whole range of agreements reflecting the need for a new global financial architecture to replace the petrodollar; an end to the trade wars wherein the US joins OBOR; environmental concessions to address pollution issues; some sort of recognition of Palestinian rights as a first step to ending Middle East wars; and not least, some form of Disclosure with a plan for space cooperation rather than the militarization of the New Frontier.
All these things are possible, although unlikely. The current situation has been aggravated by Trump Derangement Syndrome that has blocked whatever good intentions Trump had towards improved relations with Russia and China.
To the extent that Russiagate is being masterminded by VERY Deep State elements that prefer the continuation of the status quo with Space privatized and weaponized to insure imperial domination by the West, it is important for those who are so enthusiastic about soft disclosure to provide as much or more attention to the CONTEXT of the recent leaks as they do to their exciting content such as the Wilson/Davis notes describing a crashed alien craft.
Such a deep dive into who and what are behind the leaks and who benefits might yield the name of Robert Swan Mueller, 3rd as a key MJ12 type figure pulling lots of strings to the benefit of a select few.
I remain hopeful that the G20 will yield positive benefits at this most dangerous moment since the Cuban Missile Crisis. It is also possible that things might rapidly deteriorate as push comes to shove with the war-like instincts of ego-driven leaders and military men eager to prove who is top dog.
We can also continue to muddle through in our current state of hostile rhetoric, proxy wars, a dubious soft disclosure and the immiseration of the middle class with trillions wasted on endless wars and funds secretly siphoned off by the Deep State as described so well by Catherine Austin Fitts.
Another scenario might see full disclosure and WWIII followed by the creation of a dystopia such as portrayed in the Hunger Games, Blade Runner, Elysium and other sci-fi classics.
The immediate future is fraught with great danger and the potential for major breakthroughs that can lay the groundwork for peace and prosperity for billions of Earthlings. Our fate is in the hands of flawed leaders but we are not helpless. Our prayers, vigilance and activism can play a role in guiding them to make the right decisions.
We may be even receiving assistance from off-planet or interdimensional entities some call angels, others label ETs and some consider demons. It is a complicated situation. May God have mercy on us and see us through to a better day!
President Trump and members of the US Congress have recently received briefings about US Navy pilot sightings of UFOs. When combined with the Pentagon acknowledging that it had created a classified program to study the UFOs from 2007 to 2012 with Congressional funding, the briefings are leading to increasing speculation on whether we are on the verge of official disclosure on UFOs and their true origin.
Furthermore, the briefings are occurring at the same time as legislation for the creation of a Space Force is making steady progress through Congress. This raises the intriguing question of whether Trump and members of Congress have been told Space Force is necessary to deal with UFOs being sighted by the Navy pilots which are being viewed by the Pentagon as a potential threat.
In an interview with ABC TV host, George Stephanopoulos, President Donald Trump admitted that he received a briefing about UFO sightings by US Navy pilots that occurred in 2004 and 2015. In a June 15 story titled: “Trump briefed on Navy UFO sightings,” Politico’s Matthew Choi wrote about what Trump told Stephanopoulos:
“I want them to think whatever they think,” Trump said of the Navy pilots. “I did have one very brief meeting on it. But people are saying they’re seeing UFOs. Do I believe it? Not particularly.”
Trump was here acknowledging that he doesn’t believe in UFOs, which has the connotation of being an extraterrestrial piloted spacecraft. Reading between the lines here, Trump is hinting that what the Navy pilots saw were not UFOs but something else that he and the Pentagon knew the answer to.
When asked the question of whether he knew of an extraterrestrial connection to the sightings, he told Stephanopoulos:
“I think our great pilots would know. And some of them see things a little bit different from the past. … We’re watching, and you’ll be the first to know.”
Trump appeared to be deflecting from what he really knew about the alien connection, but one thing he emphasized was that his administration is paying attention to what the Navy pilots have been reporting. Again, reading between the lines, Trump is saying that his administration is actively seeking answers to the UFO phenomenon, and when he finds out, he will relay this to Stephanopoulos and the general public.
A few days later on June 19, Politico ran a story where it discussed three US Senators that had also received classified briefings on the UFO sightings by Navy pilots. In “Senators briefed on Navy UFO sightings”, Bryan Bender wrote:
Three more U.S. senators received a classified Pentagon briefing on Wednesday about a series of reported encounters by the Navy with unidentified aircraft, according to congressional and military officials — part of a growing number of requests from members of key oversight committees.
One of them was Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, whose office confirmed the briefing to POLITICO.
“If naval pilots are running into unexplained interference in the air, that’s a safety concern Senator Warner believes we need to get to the bottom of,” his spokesperson, Rachel Cohen, said in a statement.
Justifying their interest in the Navy pilot sightings as a “safety concern” is a convenient way for members of Congress to take an active interest in UFO reports, which have been officially dismissed and ridiculed for decades. This official policy goes back to 1953 when a CIA sponsored panel of scientists gave a damming report on UFO sightings that recommended a public education program to dismiss and ridicule UFO (aka flying saucer) sightings on national security grounds.
Ever since then UFO sightings have been reported by the mainstream press in a way that often mocks and ridicules the subject matter. What is very unusual today is that serving Navy pilots are given permission to talk about their sightings, and the press is giving their accounts serious attention in articles without any ridicule factor.
This is amply demonstrated in the many mainstream news stories that appeared after the New York Times and Politicoran simultaneous articles about the Navy pilot UFO sightings back on December 16, 2017. Both newspapers discussed the pilots’ UFO sightings, leaked videos of the UFOs recorded by their planes instruments, and the connection of the sightings to the establishment of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) back in 2007 with Congressional funding of $22 million.
All this coincides with the formation of Space Force as a sixth branch of the US military, which is currently being debated by both houses of Congress. In the last few weeks, two Congressional defense committees have approved the passage of bills authorizing the creation of Space Force. It will take another month or two for both the House of Representatives and Senate to pass their respective bills, and to then resolve differences in language and priorities between the two versions for their inclusion into the National Defense Authorization Act for 2020.
One thing is becoming very clear, Space Force enjoys genuine bipartisan support in Congress, and this appears to be a result of the current media and Congressional interest in UFOs generated by Navy pilot reports and Pentagon disclosures about its AATIP program. Was Senator Warner, a Democrat, told by his Pentagon briefers that the UFOs sighted by the pilots were an unknown threat, and this is why Space Force is necessary?
A few weeks earlier, Senator Ted Cruz spoke about Space Force being necessary to deal with space pirates. He was not talking about extraterrestrial visitors, but rogue elements from different countries or corporations that could challenge US supremacy in space.
It’s not coincidental that members of Congress are being briefed about Navy pilot reports of UFOs that led to the Pentagon setting up its AATIP program in 2007. They are being told that UFOs are an unknown threat, at the same time as the Trump Administration and the Pentagon are pushing for the establishment of Space Force.
It’s widely expected that Space Force will be officially created and set up under the Department of Air Force in 2020, mirroring the relationship between the Department of the Navy and the US Marine Corps. After its official launch, the stage will be set for the Air Force to unveil the classified space technologies it has been covertly developing for decades in a secret space program, which is described in detail in my newly released book, US Air Force Secret Space Program: Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force.
Official disclosure is likely to unfold in different stages. The first will be that many UFO sightings involve classified technologies developed by the USAF, along with similar aerospace technologies developed by Russia and China. Disclosure of an Air Force secret space program will be an optimal way of surprising the US public with news about the different sized and shaped antigravity vehicles that have been deployed for several decades now.
The second stage of disclosure likely involves future announcements involving the capture and reverse engineering of non-terrestrial technologies that date back to the 1940s, as also described in the US Air Force Secret Space Program.
A sure sign of what lies ahead is a leaked document about Vice Admiral Tom Wilson, former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, being denied access back in 1997 to a classified corporate program involving the reverse engineering of non-human made advanced technologies.
The leaked document identifies several scientists and former military officials who could be summoned before Congress to testify about their knowledge of such a reverse engineering program. Indeed the Pentagon official in charge of the AATIP program from 2007 to 2017, Luis Elizondo, gave an interview on Tucker Carlson on May 31 admitting that some UFO technologies had been retrieved and were being studied by the US government.
Carlson: Do you believe, based on your decade of serving in the US government on this question that the US government has in its possession any material from one of these aircraft?
Elizondo: I do. Yes.
Carlson: Do you think the US government has debris from a UFO in its possession right now?
Elizondo: Unfortunately Tucker I really have to be careful of my NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement], I really can’t go into a lot of more detail than that …
Carlson: Okay.
Elizondo: But, ah, simply put, yes.
This would set in place a means by which the Pentagon and the Trump Administration could reveal how retrieved non-terrestrial technologies were used for the USAF for the research and development of advanced aerospace technologies using antigravity, torsion field and other exotic propulsion systems.
Finally, after Space Force has been created and its arsenal of antigravity spacecraft inherited from the USAF is publicly revealed, the truth about some of the extraterrestrials currently visiting our world can be announced. Extraterrestrial disclosure can be done in a way that does not undermine public confidence over the US and other national governments being able to defend their populations against any possible hostile extraterrestrial actions.
The widespread media attention given to US Navy pilot reports, the association of the UFOs with the AATIP program, and Congressional passage of legislation establishing Space Force are all sure signs of major disclosures that lie ahead.
There are several important conclusions from Admiral Thomas Wilson’s failed efforts to learn about and gain access to a classified UFO program that involved a clandestine corporate effort to reverse engineering a retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft as described in the leaked 15 page document received by Canadian UFO research Grant Cameron in November 2018, and uploaded to the internet on April 19, 2019.
First, Wilson’s failure to gain access to the classified UFO program described in parts one & two of this series confirms one of Dr. Steven Greer’s major contentions that senior military officials are out of the loop when it comes to UFOs, despite the obvious national security implications they carry. The “bigot list” mentioned by Wilson in his conversation with Dr. Eric Davis about who was granted “need to know” access to the program, was dominated by corporate employees, with only a few Pentagon officials being briefed, and no one from the Executive and Legislative branches of government.
This is very surprising given the clear national security implications about UFOs due to the advanced technologies they possess, and the possibility that these could be or had been weaponized by foreign nations. A few years later this was the rationale for the creation of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) in 2007 with Congressional funding of $22 milliion. Significantly, some of the principal figures involved in the Wilson UFO briefing, e.g., Dr. Eric Davis, were also involved in the AATIP program.
A second conclusion is that corporations have been given an inordinate amount of power when it comes to deciding who gains access to the category of unacknowledged/waived SAPs that involved the study of retrieved extraterrestrial technologies. The corporate “watch committee” described in part two, bluntly turned down Wilson’s request for access.
What really surprised Admiral Wilson, however, was that the Pentagon’s Senior Review Group running the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) also turned his request for access down, despite him being DIA Deputy Director, and Vice Director for Intelligence (V-J2) for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. All this is very telling about the power of corporations when it comes to who is really in charge of the research and development of extraterrestrial related technologies.
Another conclusion is that Wilson’s testimony provides powerful support for the existence of a UFO cabal/control group running extraterrestrial related projects in a way that escapes conventional government and military oversight. Leaked documents going back to September 1947 have referred to this control group as Operation Majestic 12/MAJIC 12/MJ-12.
Admiral Wilson’s experiences is telling us that the UFO control group is very real and exercises great power through its ability to restrict “need to know” access to whom it chooses regardless of an official’s constitutionally backed duties and positions. While it has long been known that US presidents and members of Congress were routinely cut out of the loop of such UFO related projects, it is was not known that this was occurring to senior Pentagon officials until the 1997 Wilson briefing.
Fourth, who leaked the 15 page document to UFO researcher Grant Cameron in November 2018? Was it one or more “white hats” wanting the disclosure process to move forward by leaking one of the most important UFO documents ever to publicly emerge as contended by UFO historian Richard Dolan describing it as the “UFO leak of the century”? Alternatively, was the leaking part of a limited hangout promoting Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy through the involvement of figures such as Dr. Eric Davis as contended by Kerry Cassidy from Project Camelot?
Dolan addressed these questions in a blog post (insert video) published on June 15. He pointed out that Cameron’s source for the document is an Australian space/UFO enthusiast, James Rigney. In a Q and A with Dolan, Rigby wrote:
It is unlikely that these documents would ever have found their way to anyone within the UFO community were in not that for the fact that for number of years I was very active in the ‘Space’ community, belonging to an organization in Australia and making frequent trips to the US to attend conferences and other events. Along the way I was fortunate to make acquaintance in the US with several people in the US who knew of my interest in, knowledge of, and credible approach to the UFO/UAP phenomena, as well as my passive and occasional involvement in the UFO community.
The events that lead me to obtaining the documents were strangely the result of this strange and unlikely intersection between the usually incompatible Space & UFO fields….
Over a period of a couple of years, I gained [the] trust of these people to a point where I was invited to look over some documents, copy what I wanted, and get them into the right hands if I thought that was appropriate. Certainly there was no intrigue or ‘smoking gun’ type discussions at the time.
Digby was here confirming that the document’s original source was an individual connected to the US Space community who provided the document to him a few years ago. There is growing speculation that the leaked 15 page document came from the files of the deceased Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell. If so, who gave the document to Mitchell? The most likely source is Dr. Davis given his direct role in recording/summarizing the meeting with Admiral Wilson, but as mentioned in part 1, Davis had no comment on the 15 page document when I contacted him by email.
Tracking the ultimate source for the leaked document is very relevant given present circumstances surrounding topics concerning space and UFOs. The fact that the 15 page document was publicly uploaded on April 19 is significant given recent public interest over Navy pilots reporting UFO incidents, and the creation of a Space Force, as a new branch of the US military, which takes me to my last conclusion.
Finally, the three corporate officials in the “watch committee” that denied access to the classified program, claimed that the reverse engineering of the extraterrestrial vehicle was very slow, and little progress had been made over the years. Were they telling the truth or providing a cover story for successfully reverse engineered extraterrestrial technologies, which had been covertly deployed in a corporate run secret space program that was kept away from the prying eyes of the DIA and Joint Chiefs of Staff?
In the US Air Force Secret Space Program, I describe how differently sized and shaped antigravity vehicles were successfully reverse engineered by corporate contractors, including Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks division, and began to be deployed in the 1970s and 1980s by the USAF. This suggests that there are many Unacknowledged SAPs that involve the research, development, and deployment of antigravity spacecraft by different military services and corporate contractors.
There is no indication in the leaked 15-page document over whether Admiral Wilson was aware of secret space programs runs by the USAF and the US Navy. He merely expressed his surprise that the UFO program that Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell pointed out to him, which he was unaware of, involved a retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft.
It’s quite possible that Wilson was aware of military-run space programs but simply had not been briefed about the specific reverse engineering program that was being run by the corporate contractor for unknown purposes, one of which involved a corporate run secret space program.
It’s perhaps not coincidental that the leaked transcript and summary of Admiral Wilson and Dr. Davis 2002 conversation emerges as Space Force is about to be formally launched. The US Congress is poised to pass legislation authorizing the creation of Space Force as a separate branch of the US military under the authority of the Department of the US Air Force.
The emergence of Space Force will ultimately address many of the questions and issues raised by Admiral Wilson’s investigation of the corporate reverse engineering program back in 1997, and the secret construction of antigravity spacecraft by multiple corporate contractors for the US military or other unknown customers.
Space Force will also provide a powerful institutional foundation for disclosing many secrets concerning antigravity technology, alien life, the reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technologies, and secret space programs. The leak of the Wilson Davis conversation comes at a propitious time for the disclosure process to move forward, and Space Force is the most likely institutional catalyst for all to be revealed.
[Cont. from Part 1] In the transcript/summary of a 2002 conversation between Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson and Dr. Eric Davis it was revealed that a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle was being reverse engineered by a major aerospace company. Wilson first learned about the classified UFO program through a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) document shared with him at a confidential April 10, 1997 meeting with Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and Navy Commander Willard Miller.
The recently released transcript describes what Admiral Wilson [TW] told Dr. Davis [EWD] about Wilson’s efforts up to June 1997 to learn the truth about the classified UFO program, and the associated reverse engineering effort revealed to him in the April meeting.
EWD: Okay then, what happened in April-June ’97?
TW: After parting with Miller (week later, he thinks) – I made calls, knocked on a few doors, talked to people – went on for 45 days (thereabouts) on and off
Suggestion came from Ward (Gen. M. Ward) to go through the records groups files (like an index system) in OUSDAT (Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology)
Ran into Bill Perry in May ’97 – talked about this quietly – he suggested the same thing
They told me of a special projects record group not belonging to usual SAP – a special subset of the unacknowledged/carve-outs/waived programs – not belonging to usual SAP divisions as organized in ’94 by Perry himself – set apart from rest but buried/covered by conventional SAPs. (Transcript/Summary, pp. 6-7)
Wilson was here referring to different categories of Special Access Programs (SAPs), where the most important – unacknowledged/carve-outs/waived – were hidden behind conventional SAPs.
The method of hiding the most highly classified programs behind less classified ones was verified in one of the NSA documents leaked by Edward Snowden called Sentry Eagle. It graphically depicted how Exceptionally Compartmented Information (ECI – an Intelligence Community classification similar to an Unacknowledged SAP used by the Pentagon) would be hidden behind a Non-ECI Program (similar classification status to a conventional SAP)

Wilson went on to describe the aerospace company that ran the classified reverse engineering effort, without naming it:
EWD: Who was the project contractor or USG agency that runs the program?
TW: An aerospace technology contractor – one of the top ones in US
EWD: Who?
TW: Core secret – can’t tell
EWD: Defense contractor?
TW: Yes, the best one of them.
The reference to the “best one of them” firmly points to Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks division which has a long track record of successfully working on cutting edge aerospace programs. For example, Skunkworks former Director, Ben Rich, was fond of ending lectures by declaring: “We now have the technology to take ET home”.

Wilson then explained what happened when he discovered which company was running the classified UFO program and contacted it to gain access:
EWD: What happened with you found contractor?
TW: I made several calls (end of May ’97), first to Paul, Mike & Perry to confirm I had right contractor and program manager to talk to.
EWD: They confirm?
TW: Yes.
EWD: Then?
TW: (End of May ’97) Made three calls to the program manager – one of them conference call with security director and corporate attorney.
Confusion on their part at to why I was looking for them and what I wanted from them or wanted to know about.
Wilson next explains how he was denied access to the classified UFO program by the three corporate officials (program manager, security director, and attorney):
TW: I told threesome I wanted formal briefing, tour, etc. – was exploiting my regulatory authority as Deputy Director DIA/Assistant Joint Chief of Staff J-2 – Told them my not being briefed was oversight they needed to correct – I demanded!
TW: They needed to discuss this (his demand) so hung up. Got called 2 days later and they said they don’t want to talk on phone and arranged for face-to-face meeting at their facility.
EWD: Did you go?
TW: Yes, ten days later (mid-June or so). Flew out there
Met in their conference room in their secure vault
Wilson describes how the “watch committee” told him about a prior incident years ago where the present security system was set up after an agreement was reached with the Pentagon’s Special Access Programs Oversight Committee (SAPOC), which was overhauled in 1994, very likely due to the incident Wilson was told about. The agreement gave the corporate contractor running certain categories of SAPs the authority to restrict access to UFO related programs from Pentagon officials regardless of their rank and position:
– [TW] Said after that episode a formal agreement was struck with Pentagon people (SAPOC) to prevent this in future – didn’t want a repeat
– Special criteria were established in agreement
A special circumstance that must meet rigorous access criteria set by contractor committee
No USG personnel are to gain access unless they met the criteria – to be administered by contractor committee (program director, attorney, security director) irregardless of the tickets and position USG personnel possess
The “watch committee” told Admiral Wilson that despite him being Deputy Director of the DIA and Vice Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, that he was not on the “bigot list” – those with a “need to know” access – who could be briefed about the UFO program:
TW: They said my tickets were all confirmed and valid, but I was not on the bigot list
My tickets alone were not enough
I didn’t meet the special criteria so need to know authorization was not being granted….
TW: Argued more – they wouldn’t accept my arguments that they fell under my statutory oversight and regulatory authority as Deputy Director DIA – under purview for my right to have need to know (oversight, audit, justification issues, etc., etc.)
Regulatory and statutory authority as Deputy Director DIA not relevant or pertinent to nature of their program!
Then they pulled out their bigot list to convince me otherwise – several pages long – dated 1990, updated 1993. [Transcript/Summary, pp. 11-12]
The transcription goes on to cover Wilson and Davis’ conversation about names on the bigot list, and who in the Pentagon and White House was allowed access:
EWD: Who was on it? Recognize names?
TW: That is core secret.
Willing to say that most were program employees – names and titles (job titles) – civilians – didn’t recognize any military personnel – could be there.
EWD: Any politicians?
TW: No
No White House names, no President!
No Congressional people
No Congressional staffers
EDW: Any in Clinton or Bush Sr. Administrations?
TW: No! But handful of names were Pentagon individuals I recognized – few from OUSDAT, one from another department, another at the NSC who is Pentagon SES employee. [Transcript/Summary, p. 12]
Stunningly, Wilson learned that no members of the Legislative (Congress) or Executive (White House) branches of government were briefed about the corporate UFO program. Only a few Pentagon officials were given access. This corroborates what Greer and others have been claiming for decades over the unconstitutional nature of the secrecy system developed for the UFO issue.
Next, the transcript elaborates on how Wilson tried to gain access by identifying the type of program that was underway attempting to link it to his official field of responsibility as Deputy Director DIA:
Finally, Wilson was told that the UFO program was a reverse engineering program of a recovered extraterrestrial vehicle, exactly what Greer, Mitchell, and Miller, had told him at the April 10, 1997 meeting. Importantly, Wilson expressed his surprise thinking that the UFO term was merely a cover for acquired foreign aerospace technology built by the USSR or China:
I asked what they were then

EWD: Say what?
TW: There were a reverse engineering program –
Something recovered years ago in the past
Technological hardware was recovered
So I thought they meant recovered Soviet/Chinese, etc. hardware and reverse engineer it – like a missile or intel platform or aircraft – actually came to meeting expecting to find a sensitive foreign collection and reverse engineering operation – thought “UFOs” used as a cover for that –
So I said that and they said they weren’t that either
They had (program manager talking) a craft – an intact craft they believed could fly …
Program manager said they didn’t know where it was from [they had some ideas on this] – it was technology that was not of this Earth – not made by man – not by human hands [Transcript/Summary, pp. 12-13]
Wilson next described that he was told the corporation had encountered great difficulty in its reverse engineering efforts:
[TW] Said they were trying to understand and exploit technology: their program was going on for years and years with very slow progress
Agonizingly slow with little or no success – painful lack of collaboration to get help from outside community of experts and facilities to assist effort – must remain isolated and use own facilities and cleared personnel – tough environment to work – about 400-800 (bigot list count) workers varying in number funding or personnel changes. [Transcript/Summary, pp. 12-13]
When Wilson threatened to go to the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) he was told to go ahead by the corporate “watch committee” and was eventually denied access by the Senior Review Group running SAPOC Pentagon committee set up to oversee Special Access Programs:
TW: Before last week of June (’97)
They told me (TW) that they were sustaining the contractor, that I was to immediately drop the matter and let it go – forget about it as I did not have purview over their project, it didn’t fall within my oversight, etc.
I became very angry – started yelling when should have kept my mouth shut…
… Senior Review Group chairman said if I didn’t follower their suggestion that I would not see Director DIA promotion, get early retirement, lose 1 or 2 stars along the way
Really incredibly angry – upset over this – livid!!!
Why such a big deal over this considering the position of trust I have in the Pentagon – I do have relevant regulatory/statutory authority over their program – that’s my position!!! [Transcript/Summary, p. 14]
The refusal to grant access was the critical moment that Wilson realized that the corporation was being supported by a powerful group linked to the Pentagon to hide the corporation’s reverse engineering of an extraterrestrial spacecraft, as an Unacknowledged/waived SAP, hidden within the labyrinth of conventional SAPs conducted by the Pentagon and its corporate contractors.
The refusal was ultimately why Wilson believed that a UFO cabal/ MJ-12 was in charge of UFO related projects, and even senior officials at the DIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff were out of the loop. This is what he told Commander Miller back in June 1997, who in turn relayed Wilson’s conclusions to Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell who respectively revealed more details over the next two decades.
The transcript of a conversation between a US Navy Vice Admiral and a leading scientist discussing a failed attempt to gain access to a highly classified program involving a crashed extraterrestrial craft has been recently released online. The conversation took place on October 16, 2002, and involved the retired Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, speaking with Dr. Eric W. Davis, a scientist working on the feasibility of exotic propulsion systems with EarthTech International, an advanced technology think tank established in Austin, Texas.
In the 15 page document comprising the transcript, summary notes and an accompanying letter, Davis describes what Wilson told him about an April 10, 1997 “briefing” where he (Wilson) received information from former Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Dr. Steven Greer (founder of the Disclosure Project) about a classified UFO program that they had codeword information about. At the time, Wilson was a Rear Admiral (upper class); Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency; and Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2), for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a position he held from November 1994 to September 1997.
When Wilson inquired into the program’s existence from a regulatory body created for Special Access Programs, he learned it involved a corporate Research and Development effort involving a retrieved extraterrestrial craft but was denied access by three corporate officials working for a major US aerospace contractor.
The 1997 briefing was first publicly discussed by Greer and his associate Shari Adamiak only a month after it occurred and was corroborated by Mitchell over a decade later. In a May 1997 interview with Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM Greer said:
Joint Chiefs of staff level fellow that I briefed while I was in Washington about a month ago … After he looked at all this and heard the witness, he turned to us and said: ‘Well I have no doubt this is true but I am horrified that I hadn’t known about it’…Because of his position. And very, very senior … I can’t say who it was but a very, very senior position…And then they begin to come to grips with well: ‘Who the hell does know about it, what is going on here?’ And then they become frighten[ed].
Years later, Greer released a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) document containing code words and locations that sparked Wilson’s failed attempt to gain access to the classified UFO program. In a workshop Greer explained the NRO document’s contents and what happened when Wilson investigated it:
“It’s the National Reconnaissance Office document. …..The reason it’s important is not so much for its content… ….. Take note of the distribution list, please. ….. …….’Blue Fire’, which is a code name, 1991, Commander’s Net, Royal Op’s, Cosmic Op’s…so, cosmic clearance…you’ve heard of this? It’s not a myth. It’s real. Maj Op’s, MAJI…It’s MAJIC Op’s. It goes through a whole bunch of them…Nellis Division, all these code numbers and you get down to some really interesting things. … this secret document went to the admiral [Admiral Tom Wilson] prior to our meeting, and he actually recognized one of these entities and made an inquiry, and it was being run by a contractor. ….. And the contractor…one of these corporate contractors…when he called them up, he said, ‘I’m Admiral Tom Wilson…at that time he was Head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff… I want to be read into this project.’ Guess what happened? They said, ‘Sir, you don’t have a need to know.’ This is the guy who’s supposed to give the intelligence briefings for the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States. He was told, ‘You don’t have a need to know’… and Admiral Wilson said, ‘Goddamn it, if I don’t have a need to know, who does?’ They said, ‘Sir, we cannot discuss this with you further’ and they hung up and blocked his line. This all happened before the stand-up meeting I did for [him with] Edgar Mitchell…6th man to walk on the moon…myself, my military adviser, and a few other people met with the Admiral in what’s called a ‘stand-up’ briefing. I was doing the presenting. It was supposed to be 45 minutes.
In 2007 Mitchell began publicly confirming that the briefing had indeed taken place, corroborating what Greer had revealed a decade earlier.
A detailed chronology of articles and interviews referring to the 1997 Wilson briefing is provided by Croatian UFO researcher Giuliano Marinkovic.
The transcript of the 2002 conversation between Wilson and Davis was first discussed in radio interviews by UFO researchers Grant Cameron and Richard Dolan in December 2018. Cameron said he was given the 15 page document, which he shared with Michael W. Hall a former lawyer and Superior Court judge. Hall has given several interviews in March 2019 discussing the document’s origins and authenticity.
Cameron, Dolan, and Hall believe the document is authentic, and its consistency with what Greer and Mitchell had earlier revealed does point to this. I contacted Dr. Eric Davis to comment on the document’s authenticity, and he replied saying: “I have no comment on this.” If the document was a hoax, I see no reason why Dr. Davis would not have said so.
All this leads me to conclude that the document is an authentic transcript of what Dr. Davis and Admiral Wilson discussed back in 2002 about the April 1997 meeting and Wilson’s subsequent investigation. The transcript was very recently released online and are available for public viewing.
The transcript, summary notes, and accompanying letter provide compelling documentary support that the 1997 briefing had occurred, exactly as Greer and Mitchell had reported up to two decades earlier. Importantly, the notes substantiate one of Greer’s major claims that he was regularly briefing senior officials in the Clinton Administration about the UFO coverup – something many UFO researchers had previously dismissed or ridiculed.
The transcript provides a fascinating insight into how a US Navy admiral who was Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2), for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, was denied access by corporate officials to a classified UFO program, which he firmly believed fell under his field of responsibility.
The briefing and unsuccessful investigation did not negatively impact Wilson’s career. Two years later, in May 1999, Wilson was promoted to Vice Admiral and became the 13th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), a position he served in until July 2002.
Three months after his retirement, Wilson met with Davis to discuss the 1997 meeting and its aftermath. In the transcript, we learn about Wilson’s perspective on what had happened.
Presumably, the recording and transcription of Wilson and Davis’ conversation were intended for a small audience at EarthTech International, founded by Dr. Hal Puthoff, which was studying exotic propulsion systems, and releasing feasibility studies of them to interested scientists and journals.
In 2009, Davis and EarthTech included some of these exotic propulsion feasibility studies as Defense Intelligence Reference Documents, two of which were first leaked online in December 2017 by Corey Goode who says a confidential DIA source gave him them.
In the transcript, Davis (EWD) describes how Wilson (TW) began by confirming that the April 1997 meeting did take place and involved Greer, Mitchell, and US Naval Reserve Commander Willard H. Miller, who was Greer’s top military advisor.
Miller played a critical role in the various “UFO briefings” Greer gave senior officials and politicians during the Clinton administration:
TW: Confirmed Greer/Miller/Mitchell gave talk in Pentagon Conference room. Adm Mike Crawford, Gen. Pat Hughes (Hughes his boss) were present (others too.) Date April “97. (Ed Mitchell said 4/9/947.) Wilson was here acknowledging that the serving Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lt. General Pat Hughes, also sat in on the meeting. After the meeting broke up, Miller and Wilson continued to discuss issues that had been raised:
TW: Yes, Miller asked the question on MJ-12/UFO cabal – crashed UFO. Confirmed he called Miller ca. late June ’97 and told that he/Miller was right – there is such an organization in existence. [Transcript/Summary p. 1]
Wilson was here acknowledging that after being informed about the existence of the classified UFO program by Greer and Mitchell in April 1997, he had inquired into the program’s existence, and discovered that MJ-12 was real and that there indeed was a UFO cabal running classified operations involving crashed UFOs. This accounted for why Admiral Wilson later failed to gain access to the crashed UFO program, as explained later in Davis’ summary notes.
Miller subsequently told Greer and Mitchell about what Wilson had revealed to him in June 1997, after he [Wilson] was denied access to the classified program that Greer and Mitchell had told him about earlier in April. Admiral Wilson [TW] was furious that Miller had told Greer and Mitchel about Wilson’s failure to access it, as Davis’ [EWD] transcript make clear:

Violated personal and professional trust – especially among intelligence colleagues/Navy officers

The significance of all this is that Admiral Wilson did not want the details of what he learned during his investigation of the classified program that Greer and Mitchell had first brought to his attention becoming public. By telling Greer, Commander Miller had in Wilson’s opinion broken trust shared between naval intelligence officers to keep the information confidential. That is why he was so angry.
However, if it were not for Miller taking the risk he had, Greer and the world would probably not have learned the truth of what happened, and how corporate contractors had sidelined Wilson and US naval intelligence over a classified reverse engineering program of a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle.
In part two, I review what Admiral Wilson told Dr. Davis about the classified UFO crash retrieval program and its significance.
The U.S. Government is disclosing the reality of UFOs (or UAPs) through the efforts of To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (TTSA). Through the personal opinions of TTSA members, there is an informal admission that these vehicles appear to be made with technology not available in any country of the world. Serious individuals participate in TTSA, like former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon, former CIA Directorate of Operations member Jim Semivan and former career intelligence officer and microbiologist Luis Elizondo. They are presenting an extraordinary credible series (“UNIDENTIFIED”) in the History Channel and their media interviews are rendering UFOs credible and worthwhile to “serious thinkers” that otherwise would have to continue laughing about it.
TTSA and the History Channel are giving us interviews with highly trained military pilots and other credible witnesses and telling us about the evidence that was found inside the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) that operated in the Pentagon under the DIA and under the Secretary of Defense. TTSA has promised to show a “metamaterial” made with extremely fine, pure otherworldly isotopic layers, that loses weight when irradiated with terahertz EM frequencies and which, possibly, has not been fabricated by any known Earth technology.
This mind-opening stage of informing the public about UFOs (now preferably called “UAPs”) is a historical turning point and can also be considered a “confirmation” of basic aspects about UFOs that many ufologists had previously found. It is also confirming what a greater percentage of the population already believed or suspected. Since the USG (U.S. Government) is collaborating with TTSA by providing the latter with declassified UAP (or UAP) evidence, we can also assume that it is a moderate form of official disclosure.
But recently leaked emails mentioned by historian Richard Dolan are revealing that some persons historically associated with current TTSA members were also trying to find out details about other even more secret programs that had also been researched and mentioned by other ufologists. For instance, a 1997 meeting at the Pentagon previously revealed many times by Dr. Steven Greer (and which involved Admiral Wilson, Commander Will Miller, Dr. Steven Greer, and Astronaut Edgard Mitchell) is being verified through these leaked emails. Astoundingly, they likely show that the main, formal system (the ‘white world’ of intelligence) within the intelligence community doesn’t know what another (possibly unconstitutional, ‘black world’ of intelligence) system is doing in terms of the deepest research on extraterrestrial (or UAP intelligences) presences.
The leaked emails would also show that many TTSA members and collaborators (including scientists and some military working together in formal UFO/UAP research like in NIDS, The Aviary and the Advanced Theoretical Physics Working Group) know more than what they currently announce publicly, such that ETs are here. On the other hand, according to a June 17, 2019 interview given by Grant Cameron to Spaced Out Radio, the emails were likely rescued (post mortem) from astronaut Edgard Mitchell’s stash of saved documents which leads me to suspect that some TTSA members or associates or someone close to Ed Mitchell may also want the information in the emails to come out.

The so-called “Core Secrets” emails now exposed seem to show that not evenAdmiral Wilson (then with the conventional authority to supervise multiple intelligence agencies) could obtain in-depth information about some extraordinarily secret research regarding extraterrestrials. I understand that Admiral Wilson has denied the content of these email letters, but of course, for various reasons he would. The situation requires extraordinary research instead of infighting within the more serious ufological community.
Since I think that there are a FEW nefarious extraterrestrial civilizations, I do not completely agree with Dr. Steven Greer’s assessment of extraterrestrial civilizations but I also recognize that the ‘leaked’ emails confirm Dr. Greer’s much more complex and personally involved research, and the overall situation suggests the existence of an unconstitutional, unsupervised, led-by-corporations, secret, de facto research organization or “cabal”; something akin to a Secret Government…functioning above the law; a form of “need to know” and “compartmentalized” organization far exceeding the spirit of the law under which it was probably created by an Executive Order during President Truman’s time; an alleged entity – surprisingly – operating utilizing the official Government and legitimate intelligence programs but which got out of control as a de facto outside-the-Government entity even capable of utilizing some of its legitimate installations. IF it was originally set up by an Executive Order, it would have escaped constitutional, democratic supervision within a Government understood as part of a bona fide republic. But, is this just another “crazy conspiracy theory of the lunatic fringe” (as some versions about the Secret Space Program)?
And how could such an entity continue operating? How could someone like Admiral Wilson (“J2” the Intelligence Director for the Joint Chiefs of Staff) not have access to this entity’s research? As Dr. Steven Greer tells us, some of the reasons why this “Cabal” escaped formal control are that 1) Most formally elected politicians, academics and military do not want to do anything about it because the issue is a career-destroying taboo purposefully exacerbated by the Cabal’s influence on the media 2) That the means and methods involved to keep the secrets can destroy personal images and – in various ways – anybody that opposes them 3) That the general public and scientists, in general, have been manipulated to think that UFOs are either nonsense, entertainment or weird things of no consequence and 4) That they organize extremely compartmentalized projects and 5) That they don’t recruit morally upright individuals if they are to become knowledgeable of compromising information.
Also, a few days before, the following “Alien Autopsy” emails related to the film that Ray Santilli received and distributed in 1995 came out publicly.
Both sets of emails seem to be genuine as Richard Dolan would likely agree.
These unplanned disclosures appear to show that someone in the know within the formal Government or perhaps within the secret Government seems willing to reveal to the citizenry more and at a faster rate than what is being currently revealed by TTSA. This also has to be looked into carefully. It shows that apparently, from within the Bob Bigelow’s – NIDS research (associated with the white world of conventional intelligence and military), there was an informal attempt to find out about more specific extraterrestrial-related, secretive Government research, USAP programs. How is society going to respond? Can we collectively absorb a sped-up disclosure? Will most of society, including scientists, religious figures, politicians and mainstream media giants dismiss the importance of these revelations as they previously dismissed the importance of UFOs and the logical presence of UFO intelligences?
I am for an intelligent, comprehensive and educational type of disclosure. But, have we been collectively mal-educated by entertainment, polarizing tribal political influences, and greed to the point of not being able to sort out and intelligently adapt to life-changing information which challenges our classical sense of reality? Or, perhaps, we still have the resilience to do it. And perhaps for various exopolitical reasons revealed by a few genuine “prime” contactees we are sufficiently safe not to engage in antagonizing all ET presences even if some – a minority engaging Earth’s human family – are nefarious. Everything must be considered carefully.
As exopoliticians, we must learn not to discount verifiable and credible sources of information so as to over-rely on those sources that we personally prefer. We must be comprehensive but also careful with the verification of the source of information. Exopolitics should not be a “post-truth” endeavor!It must not be a matter of belief or it will be a tribal affair.
Moreover, besides taking seriously research that reveals multiple levels of secrecy regarding technology, we also need to come to terms with sincere accounts of actual contact with what could be called multi-reality UAP intelligences. If the intelligences that built the UAPs encountered during military maneuvers (possibly canceling what would correspond to 300g-400g acceleration forces) most likely do not originate in any country on Earth (as has been stated by TTSA members), then either the ETH (Extraterrestrial Hypothesis) or a more sophisticated type of “other reality hypothesis” (capable of being physical and also of overcoming spacetime physical limitations) must be accepted. Of course, there may be successful, yet unacknowledged retro-engineered vehicles that are not being admitted either for security issues or because (most or all?) TTSA members have not been ‘read into’ those programs. Thus, they can be truthful about what they say to the public.
Quite likely the TR- 3B and similar flying triangles incorporating gravity-canceling technology would be a product of some of those other secret (USAP?) programs but the dozens (perhaps up to one hundred) “tic-tac” UAPs detected during the 2004 Nimitz Incident would be more advanced and not be fabricated by Earth-based homo sapiens.
WE NEED TO BE MORE COMPREHENSIVE
Different segments in the population and different researchers emphasize specific aspects of the UAP phenomenon instead of attempting to embrace the entire picture. Some will only accept the reality of UAPs and the intelligences involved if the evidence is presented by former Government officers in an official or semi-official manner as a “threat.” Citizen experiencers and serious research that bring up other aspects – including direct communications with diverse UAP intelligences – do not register in their minds as significant. However, if these aspects (still taboo) were presented integrally more people would open up to a comprehensive approach which not only includes consciousness and technology but also the reasons pertaining to the question of why.
For humanity to shift directions and stop destroying nature and itself it requires such an integrative, comprehensive approach to UAPS and UAP intelligences. We need to evolve in an unprecedented way beyond our xenophobic leanings to be able to see ourselves as one civilization capable of handling the upcoming technology.
The Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (FREE) focuses on a grass-roots disclosure which – by means of a scientific, international survey – validates the patterns which emerge from the anonymous testimonies of thousands of experiencers of contact with (so-called) “non-human intelligences.”
I think that FREE’s survey ought to be recognized for a more complete assessment and disclosure.
The multidimensional evidence about different aspects of humanity’s interaction with more technologically advanced intelligences related to UAPs should be carefully assembled. From credible pilots encountering these craft during military maneuvers to credible historical and individual encounters with the alleged pilots of UFOS or UAPs. Otherwise, our understanding will not be comprehensive enough and we will most likely remain holding on to a primitive, tribal approach… dividing our “UFO community” into camps and dismissing useful information; for instance giving credit to military-based revelations but not to thousands of contact experiences (or vice versa).
I don’t know if society at large has been “dumbed down” so much under corporate interests, selfish way of being, seeking easy answers or to blame “others” for pent-up frustrations that it will not be able to adapt to the situation but at least some people with critical thinking skills, world-centric (and not only nationalist) values, and an open mind should try to understand all of this comprehensively. Can it only be handled by the selfish and above the law?
For a careful and more responsible exopolitical response and strategy we really need to know WHO is behind the multiple types of contacts related to UFOs or UAPs. Moreover, we need to recognize that the personal dimension of contact relationships with these (physical, transdimensional and supra-physical) intelligences is actually taking place and that thousands of sincere, anonymous testimonies reveal patterns that we need to understand.

But by emphasizing only an introductory “we don’t know who they are” datum and even a “POTENTIAL threat” narrative (although technically correct and – perhaps – actually correct from a modern intelligence perspective), we (The People, political leaders and cultural-scientific leaders) will not be able to make adequate peace-enhancing exopolitical decisions. We will quite likely project an “us vs. them”, business-as-usual, xenophobic, primitive, tribal reaction. And under these impoverished cultural circumstances, we will need to trust the powerful making all the decisions perhaps under highly biased and simplistic ways.
While I don’t think that every member of TTSA has a fixated negative orientation regarding the – various – UAP intelligences, from previous declarations I’ve heard, Mr. De Longe seems to be bent on that emphasis. For instance, he mentioned something about nuking the bugs or so. Maybe he was told negative things about some of the UAP intelligences but, quite likely, only an emphasis on partial information. Moreover, besides what information is initially coming out or being confirmed through TTSA, ufologists have been correct in different aspects of what is coming out and – historically speaking – many of them also emphasized that there also is a positive, in fact, benevolent side to the contact experience. Why would only a predatory expectation or an extrapolation from military human experience always have to be the credible or default position?
If some (or many) of the UAP intelligences manipulated (for good and ilth) our belief systems and even our genetic wherewithal that doesn’t instantly make them our enemies. That makes them more “parental” and it represents a complex relationship. If – besides FREE’s international survey – we carefully look into other historically reported two-way communications between these intelligences and persons around the world, we will find that – according to modern, conventional human standards – most of these entities do not mean us harm. Even abductions are better understood after some time. And the idea of there being more spiritually-inclined, yet also highly scientific “space-brothers” cannot be simply discarded because it doesn’t fit our current cynical ethos. I’ve known for decades of consistently benign contacts that also require serious working together for the benefit of humanity (and beyond) with some UAP intelligences.
Of course, through their technological power, UAP intelligences could POTENTIALLY harm us but for the most, this doesn’t appear to be their intention or modus operandi. They appear to have been here for centuries, even perhaps from the beginning of the human “experiment.” Perhaps we need to learn to work with a group of them and stay safely distant (unrelated) from another. We need to know. We need to know who is who. We need to make contact. We need to know the rules of engagement they operate with. Perhaps we simply forgot that we are them or that we are participants in a cosmic community. Both Sargeant Clifford Stone and Command Sargeant Robert Dean (whistleblowers with credentials) revealed the existence of many extraterrestrial species and a preponderance of well-intended, peace-loving extraterrestrials. In the more consistent and genuine contact experiences within the contact group Mision Rahma there was information that Earth was being actively protected from the incursion of some negative extraterrestrial entities and entities that didn’t want the human experiment to continue (out of jealousy and because – in due time – we could become very dangerous in the universe). This would mean that only a FEW inimical extraterrestrials would get through or be allowed to operate. The latter would be allowed due to the fact that they could have been here before the quarantine. In other words, the whole picture is complex and there may be a balance of power even among the ETs coming to Earth for a long time. But we cannot evolve in wisdom by cavorting only to a xenophobic mentality.
Given that only a few cases of UAP/UFO encounters have been deleterious or violent in no uncertain terms (like the Colares incidents in Brazil and some military pilots that apparently disappeared), sure, the possibility of an actual threat (at least from some of the UAP intelligences) has to be considered. But we should try to develop and publicly present a BALANCED VIEW of what is going on! And – generally speaking – FREE’s survey is a very important contribution that ought to be studied for a comprehensive and more responsible assessment leading to well-informed, balanced political-exopolitical decisions! It may well be that some (or most) UAP intelligences protect as against others and this is why we haven’t been conquered or wiped out. We need to find out and -instead of projecting all ETs as a ‘threat’ – befriend those (possibly a majority) which are in favor of us.
I currently believe that – in spite of the (understandable) Military Industrial National Security Emphasis – members of TTSA are sincerely trying to benefit society. I also believe that they (or most of them) are not really informed about other secret research programs, USAPs such as the most advanced retro-engineering and actual contact and knowledge about different extraterrestrial-multi-reality species. This may be why they are able to truthfully state that they don’t know who the UAP intelligences are. But can they truthfully deny that “anti-gravity” vehicles have already been manufactured from a long-term research project originating in the 1940’s?
They want to legitimate UFOs and start a widespread social conversation and ascertain threat. But how can a threat assessment program (as AATIP) assess ‘threat’ if the who and why is not studied?
While there should be self-interest to produce more advanced weapons and to militarize space for defensive purposes on the part of the corporate MIC elite, thus favoring the narrative of a new potential enemy – the extraterrestrial – I don’t think that most TTSA members would simply follow this. After briefly meeting them in a few UFO conferences they came across as very honorable, well-intended and patriotic men. Not as men that would do anything simply to satisfy power and greed.
If some in the formal and secret governments really know that extraterrestrials have been on Earth (and perhaps even modified our genes) why would they want to present them mostly or predominantly as a threat?

There seems to have been contacts even in prehistoric times and ongoing military-related research not only after the demise of Project Blue Book but on a more secret level at least since 1947. I believe that AATIP was a SAP (a Special Access Project) to provide assessments to political leaders and military in the “white world.” It was not (or is not under a new name) a USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Project) that probably worked more directly with UFO crashes, retro-engineering and extraterrestrial bodies.
Two Levels
We need to understand that there may be TWO LEVELS investigating UFOS/UAPS, their technology, implications and their intelligences. The deeper, more hand-on level would escape Government supervision and might be unconstitutional as Dr. Steven Greer has affirmed for years. Even personnel working in SAP-level projects like AATIP may not personally believe (or want to believe) about some of the details allegedly said to be going on in some of these USAPs (some of which are adopted by serious researchers falsely thought to be part of the “crazy fringe” and some are adopted with added disinformation by the true “crazy fringe”).
Thanks to a Facebook post by researcher Custodio Da Silva I was reminded that in a 2016 Huffington Post interview granted to investigative reporter Leslie Kean, Mr. Christopher Mellon responded as follows:
Leslie Kean (Q): “Some inside sources have proposed that retrieved hardware from a UFO may exist within a private aerospace company which has become independent from the DoD. In this way, it would be exempt from government oversight and known only to a few people. Do you think this is possible?
Christopher Mellon (A): “I find it hard to imagine something as explosive as recovered alien technology remaining under wraps for decades. So while I have no reason to believe there is any recovered alien technology, I will say this: If it were me, and I was trying to bury it deep, I’d take it outside government oversight entirely and place it in a compartment as a new entity within an existing defense company and manage it as what we call an“IRAD” or “Independent Research and Development Activity.”

Thus, according to an expert in the inner workings of intelligence USAPS would work with or as IRADS.
But who is promoting (or approving) that the U.S. Government assists TTSA (whose members had and have clearances to work with certain SAPs) in bringing out (albeit gradually) more official, declassified information about UFOS/UAPS (and quite incipiently “UAP intelligences”) to the public? And why information related with the Pentagon confirms and subsequently denies some of what has come out? Is it standard intelligence procedure, like Grant Cameron says has been going on for decades, revealing but also leaving the door open for plausible deniability? It seems reasonable to me. In this case, this procedure would come from the formal – minimally supervised – SAP level, with some individuals partially aware of some of the USAP-level activities, a plausible reason why the Bennewitz MJ-12 papers (with genuine information) were released in the way that they were released…with the possibility of denial.
But who is promoting this simultaneous “managed” confirmation and disclosure? Patriotic senior level SAP managers worried that some USAPs are deleterious and out of control? The ETs themselves? Both? The fear that other nations may go at it first? Is it promoted by a cabal that wants to promote a fake alien invasion? Is it an internal decision from those that formally manage the information? Was the leak of the emails mentioned at the beginning of this article made by a rogue element that (as per his or her assessment) wants to speed up a more complete disclosure? I think that when some TTSA members who participated in SAP programs sometimes basically say (about the intelligences behind UAPs) “we don’t know who they are” they are being honest because they may not have been ‘read into’ those more secretive compartmentalized USAP programs. The recently leaked email letters previously mentioned show people working in less secretly classified programs trying to find out more about more details from more strictly classified programs. Be as it may, even if TTSA naturally tends to present the issue in terms of a “threat” (and, naturally, maintain an alliance with the military world intelligence, aerospace industries and research labs related to the Government) in order to develop different projects like their announced gravity cancellation craft through their public company (while researching into issues like the negative health effects of some forms of UAP and ET contact), basically I think that these persons – TTSA members – are honorable people. As members of what should be called the “intelligence white world”, they are just part of an environment in which they are required to think like that. However, I think that – in spite of their making UFOs and the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligences acceptable to “educated society” – the “threat” and military emphasis – while partially valid – should not dominate the entire social discourse and practical decision-making. As little as 5% of human -ET encounters may actually be ‘negative’. Some of the non-ET encounters may even be MILAB and some may also be encounters with non-physical entities. We need to know with precision to make decisions. I certainly hope that the covert entity called “MAJIC” or Majority Joint Intelligence Committee (by Dr. Steven Greer) – if it exists – is not planning a fake ET invasion or “false flag” for an illicit cabal or power group (including some billionaires) to acquire more control based on fear, greed and not trusting humanity’s highest potentials. After personally conversing with some TTSA members, I got the sense that all or most are very honorable, well-intended individuals although (simply due to their involvement with the national security culture) they may naturally tend to over-represent the “threat” aspect. I think that through the efforts of honorable TTSA representatives the white (public, legitimate) world in which our continuously hyper-polarized politics exists and ‘us’ (the population in general) are becoming accustomed to the reality of UFOs and their intelligences. I certainly hope that they are not inadvertently playing into the hands of the alleged “cabal” or – worse – that any one of them is following orders (from those that supervise USAPS related with UAPs -in fact, multi-reality extraterrestrial vehicles – and extraterrestrials) helping to prepare the way for a false “alien invasion.”
It is a complex issue indeed, but an issue in which the future of human freedom (and the evolution of a culture that can truly flourish under democracy) is at stake.
Seeing these TTSA members speaking openly in interviews, in the news, and in the History Channel is instrumental to begin confirming (and officially disclosing) to the world that ETs (or multi-reality, technologically advanced beings) are here. After more than 70 years of suppression and of a “truth embargo” (as Steve Bassett would say) that situation is thankfully welcomed. But an emphasis in an “us vs them” interpretation of the whole situation regarding the UAP intelligences may be the most deleterious thing that could happen, fixating large segments of the population into a tribal and classic, dichotomous stage of evolution; disabling the possibility of a non-dichotomous adaptation; a necessary evolutionary, cultural response that should emerge for humanity to handle our current perilous age of simultaneous disruption and connectivity along with a post-classical “UAP reality”…a reality that challenges several epistemological foundationscross-culturally, forcing us to come to terms with a much vast, inclusive reality and way of being.

According to political scientists Alexander Wendt & Raymond Duvall, who wrote “Sovereignty and the UFO” (published in “Political Theory” in 2008), the functionality of modern sovereignty requires anthropocentrism, i.e. the view that homo sapiens is the maximum expression of intelligent evolution as we know it. If this is so, the presence of extraterrestrials flying around on Earth would place Governments into a quandary. They are supposed to be rational, scientific and modern but also to maintain anthropocentrism. It would seem self-destructive to tell their citizens that there actually are artifacts of non-human intelligence flying around in disregard of the territorial boundaries of modern nations? But that is what has almost taken place recently through former intelligence experts.
The U.S. Navy and Pentagon-DIA is confirming their interest in UFOs in major newspapers and media outlets like the Washington Post, The New York Times, New York Post, CNN, FOX. It’ is HISTORICAL. Qualified pilots and officers are allowed to give their testimonies. Will the U.S. Air Force (USAF) soon follow this greater openness?
According to Wendt & Duvall, the recognition of advanced intelligence is necessary to be accepted as sovereign. However, what if the truly unique, verified, intelligently behaved and unconventional UFOs/UAPs encountered by the U.S. Navy and Army and Air Force are not made from any known country on Earth as hinted by former Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) Director Luis Elizondo and by former United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Chris Mellon?
The latter expressed: “We know that UFOs exist; this is no longer an issue.” “The issue now is why are they here, where are they coming from and what is the technology behind these devices we are observing.” To me, this requires research of the contact experience and to attempt to make peaceful contacts.
Those current and former U.S. employees engaging in what seems to be a semi-official disclosing (or better yet, an initial-level confirmation), and also that UFOs (UAPs) are real and, moreover, that at least some are not made in any known country on Earth have also been careful to mention that they should be regarded as a potential threat. This is understandable from a military perspective. But is this the only way we should think about them? Or is this the only way the Government knows how to present this issue to the citizenry? And what if they have been here on Earth for much longer than modern nation-states? Were they always a potential threat? Are we – perhaps – more of a potential threat than they are?
UFOs are a worldwide phenomenon. Interestingly, there have been declarations (with a smaller effect than similar admissions within the U.S.) by representatives of UFO research commissions in countries like Chile, Uruguay, Peru, and France in that they research UFOs, even occasionally stating that some of them might not originate in any Earth country. The semi-official COMETA Report from France also comes to mind. But the effect that declarations like this have when originating in the U.S. is much greater. It may encourage other powerful countries to follow suit.
Perhaps China, Russia, and other countries will soon follow.
A UFO case officially researched in Chile
In the article “LUIS ELIZONDO: MUFON’s Exclusive Interview” that came out in the May 2018 issue of the MUFON Journal, researcher Chase Kloetzke asked Mr. Elizondo if they (inside AATIP) learned anything that keeps him up at night. The reply was “I think it’s not necessarily negative.I think we are in the precipice of potentially understanding a new paradigm. You know, mankind, our evolution has been marked by moments of clarity….I believe we are on the precipice of understanding a little bit more of our place in the cosmic neighborhood and I think that should be exciting and thrilling. We must remain cautious and diligent, but I’m not sure we necessarily need to be afraid. Concerned, sure. I’ll buy that. Afraid, I don’t think so.” His personal opinion – like that of Chris Mellon – seems to indicate that we are dealing with non-homo sapiens forms of advanced intelligence.

Why Now?
Are these almost rotund confirmations of the extraterrestrial (perhaps also ‘multidimensional’ and/or ‘transdimensional’) hypothesis happening after more than 70 years of suppression and ridicule because the ETs have demanded that it is time to reveal the truth? Is it a strategy to find public backing to launch the U.S. Space Force (among other reasons to defend us against some of the ETs)? Is it for humanitarian reasons or to support a weapons program and an elite behind the Military Industrial Complex as some conspiracy theories purport?
The revelation of UFOs (and implied extraterrestrials) may diminish conspiracy suspicions exacerbated by the official denial and disinformation that lasted for decades. And the end of anthropocentrism may go hand in hand with the end of materialism, extreme dualism, Newtonian reductionism.
The current stage of confirmations looks like a preamble to a more official form of Disclosure. If no country on Earth has built the extreme advanced UAPs reported by pilots then it is natural to assume they are built by…extraterrestrials or by intelligent beings other than homo sapiens from Earth.
But if extraterrestrials have been with us for a very long time and this is also officially recognized, what rights will we be able to assign, grant or recognize in them? Definitely, in one way or another, sustaining our anthropocentric stance will be seriously challenged, perhaps after unreasonable resistance from some doctrinaires.
Contact and Implications
When Chris Mellon is asked by the Fox interviewer if there has been an interaction between human beings and these beings (from the UAPs) he responded that he wasn’t aware of it. But the possibility of there being ultra-secret, perhaps, Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPS) in which human interactions with UAP intelligences are monitored or even sought after and maintained through psychic or other means has been a credible ongoing research within ufology.
It may well be that Mr. Mellon is not aware of every covert research program regarding extraterrestrials within the U.S. Government. He probably did not have a “need to know” about this and his innocence/plausible deniability was being protected in order for him to be able to speak to the public candidly without compromising an issue still deemed highly classified and under an initial stage of partial declassification. If so, it would be reasonable to assume that there are more highly covert operations than the ones known by the intelligence assets now working for To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA) and that they would be useful to introduce society to the validation of the reality of truly unconventional UFOs (and later on – inevitably – of extraterrestrial or ‘other’ intelligences).
It may well be that, secretly, the U.S. Government has developed retro-engineered craft still inferior in performance to the so-called “Tic-Tac” and other craft mentioned by TTSA (and soon by the History Channel’s program “Unidentified”). For example, there are some photographs and night vision videos of the alleged TR-3B antigravity flying triangle which suggests such retro-engineering. Can we ignore this and other signs that some level of contact with extraterrestrials – either with them as sentient creatures or with their craft – has already been made at least since 1947?

Are we already capable of communicating with some, all or any of the alleged extraterrestrials?
Can we relate with any of them as friends, allies or constructively? That would perhaps depend whether we share enough of the same psychological nature to produce some of the same cultural universals. Moreover, perhaps we should not call them “non-humans” but instead extend our concept of humanity to match their cognizance. Perhaps the capacity to reason with free will is sufficient.
If intelligent extraterrestrial presences are openly, officially or sufficiently recognized in a socio-political manner, we will need to develop relationships with them. If we cannot do much to stop them from flying around (not only military maneuvers and installations but all over Earth) we would need to expand our concept of sovereignty and make diplomatic efforts to reach agreements with them.
Serious contact experiencer research and surveys like that from F.R.E.E. (The Dr. Edgard Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters) should be very valuable to understand who ‘they’ are, why ‘they’ are as they are and what ‘they’ want. However, we will need to eliminate the still ongoing taboo (even among many UFO researchers), the taboo of dealing with ET contact or of contacting extraterrestrials ourselves, something that many of my otherwise ‘rational’ and ‘objective’ colleague researchers shy away from.

Further Implications
If most extraterrestrial intelligences have a benign, positive, evolutionary effect in our lives (as surmised in the F.R.E.E. anonymous, international survey) we must not treat them all exclusively under the premises of them being a threat. Perhaps we need to think about evolving our views and consciousness first to eventually voluntarily join a cosmic community in which most intelligent species are our friends and only a few our foes.
We must grow up and learn to establish a mutually beneficial and mutually respectful relationship with them.
Perhaps a Space Force may be necessary to defend ourselves against some types of ETs if we want to relinquish the protection that another group of ETs is bestowing on us. But – again – we need to grow up/evolve as a unified peace-loving humanity to learn how to handle the complex and interrelated situation well.
Reassessing our cultural premises will have to come about. It will be major, unprecedented step in history.
Discovering a science that unifies physics with psychic phenomena and with the fundamental role of consciousness will have to come about. Preserving (or even deepening) our spirituality (finding common ground among religions) and developing the sense that all of existence is connected through God, One Mind or Source (even if discovering that human beings have been genetically modified by extraterrestrial beings) will be necessary.
Finding a way to live more dignified lives, with greater human solidarity worldwide, respecting Earth’s life forms and ecosystems will quite likely be required to develop a more open relationship with advanced extraterrestrial societies. We will need to perfect democracies based upon classic liberal principles.
How can we live in peace with ‘them’ (and attain “sovereignty” as a species under their more encompassing planetary expectations) if we cannot live in peace and cooperation among us and are continuously brutally extinguishing animal and plant life on Earth?
As suggested maybe we have lived under the protection of some extraterrestrial associations against a minority that may not respect our relatively independent evolutionary process. Thus finding out who are our friends and foes among different extraterrestrial “civilizations” will be necessary. But who speaks for the entire human family?
Should military institutions only or a variety of institutions and individuals engage in understanding the unavoidable meaning that we are not alone in the universe?
• In an ‘about face’, US Department of Defense (DoD) spokesman, Christopher Sherwood, was uncharacteristically open and honest with the NY Post about the fact that the Pentagon’s $22M ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ which ran from 2007 to 2012 was intended to study UFOs – or “unidentified aerial phenomena” (UAPs) as they call them now – and continues to investigate extraterrestrial UFO reports. • “The department will continue to investigate, through normal procedures, reports of unidentified aircraft encountered by US military aviators in order to ensure defense of the homeland and protection against strategic surprise by our nation’s adversaries,” said Sherwood.
• Former UFO investigator for the UK’s Ministry of Defence, Nick Pope, called the DoD’s comments a “bombshell revelation.” “Previous official statements were ambiguous and left the door open to the possibility that AATIP was simply concerned with next-generation aviation threats from aircraft, missiles and drones — as skeptics claimed,’ said Pope. “This new admission makes it clear that they really did study what the public would call ‘UFOs.’ ”
• John Greenewald Jr., of ‘The Black Vault’ government document archival website, called the Pentagon’s use of the term “unidentified aerial phenomena” unprecedented in its frankness. “I’m shocked,” said Greenwald “… they’ve seemingly worked very hard not to say that.” “[N]ow we have actual evidence — official evidence — that said, ‘Yes, AATIP did deal with UAP cases, phenomena, videos, photos, whatever.’” “[A]t least we’re one step closer to the truth.”
The Pentagon has finally uttered the words it always avoided when discussing the possible existence of UFOs — “unidentified aerial phenomena” — and admits that it still investigates reports of them.

In a statement provided exclusively to The Post, a Department of Defense spokesman said a secret government initiative called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program “did pursue research and investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena.”
And while the DOD says it shut down the AATIP in 2012, spokesman Christopher Sherwood acknowledged that the department still investigates claimed sightings of alien spacecraft.
“The Department of Defense is always concerned about maintaining positive identification of all aircraft in our operating environment, as well as identifying any foreign capability that may be a threat to the homeland,” Sherwood said.
“The department will continue to investigate, through normal procedures, reports of unidentified aircraft encountered by US military aviators in order to ensure defense of the homeland and protection against strategic surprise by our nation’s adversaries.”

Bassett disagrees and continues to forge ahead with support for the Clinton/Podesta faction and the Rockefeller
Initiative from which TTSA was spawned. I am not sure if Bassett suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome but
it feels like it to me. Trump appears to have his own approach to Disclosure that garners no mention from Bassett.
Our current political process is profoundly corrupt. Both parties are beholden to the Military Industrial Complex that
promotes endless wars. As Farrell, Dolan, Michael Salla, Jim Marrs and other excellent researchers have documented,
the Secret Space Program is a direct outgrowth of the MIC and the VERY Deep State that protects it.
The case for TTSA being a limited hang-out, mini-Disclosure has been made by DJ Liszt and others. Bassett ignores
that line of argument and embraces the Clinton/Podeta/Brennan/Elizondo version. He also ignores the curious role of
President Trump’s Uncle John with his connections to Nikola Tesla in any potential Disclosure scenario.
There is much to ponder regarding this highly sensitive issue. What role if any the Assange case entails in Disclosure
remains an intriguing element to the overall discussion.
What is clear despite the fog of unending wars, massive political corruption and unrelenting secrecy, propaganda and disinformation about ETs, is that this is a fascinating subject worthy of the public’s interest and of maximum transparency
for us all.

There is an important, welcome step forward towards de-stigmatizing UFOs and learning to relate more intelligently with this clearly intelligent and highly advanced technological phenomenon. The UFO/UAP/AAP phenomenon is thus gaining credibility and scientists once reluctant to study or even consider this issue should change attitudes.
Now, we need to deepen a serious, intelligent conversation about what this intelligent phenomenon means. Overall it seems to have cooperated in not forcing its presence to overtly on us but times are changing with too many verified sightings, documents, experiencer testimonies and even more formal source of videos and images with a chain of custody reaching the USG (U.S. Government).
Moreover, unique manufactured materials (metamaterials) allegedly originating in some UAPs are being studied (for instance with the collaboration of Earthtech Institute for Advanced Studies in Austin, TX) and have been found to have unique isotopic ratios not present on Earth as well as other characteristics that still seem impossible to assemble with known Earth technology.
Of course, the U.S. Navy is still not saying that we have extraterrestrials in our midst but who can manufacture such things? However, this is a step forward to de-emphasize the social taboo factor, perhaps from now on allowing military personnel to report and to talk more naturally about UFO sightings and more.

I believe these will serve to legitimize even more the phenomenon, possibly even leading to the acknowledgment of unique varieties of intelligences operating the advanced technological craft.

SOME NECESSARY QUESTIONS for EXOPOLITICS and an Adaptive Cultural Revision (possibly leading to a long term transformation):
For instance, what legal rights and protections would we concede to some or all of these intelligences that also appear to have been here on Earth way before modern times? Who amongst them might be our true allies?
What are their rules of engagement with us? Can we relate with at least some of them more directly, thus getting to know them better? Why are they mostly operating in a surreptitious manner?
If all space-faring ‘races’ are not benevolent towards are other space-faring ‘races’ (species) protecting us? Should we also have a space force to defend ourselves from some of them combining our force with that of protective intelligences? Or, due to our lack of maturity, should we simply stay out of any such militarization of space in order not to attract further problems and – for now – simply trust (for instance according to the F.R.E.E. survey (found at www.experiencer.org) that a majority of encounters with the “UAP intelligences” are benevolent or have positive effects (spiritual and even healing effects) even if they are normally nerve-racking in the beginning?
How must our educational systems change to adapt to the reality of intelligences that may be culturally different, for instance, if they have been able to overcome spacetime for a long time and with it – I assume – a classical understanding of the world for which our nature and emotional-mental tendencies following physical sensory perceptions are adapted? In fact, does our human nature have the potential to adapt? Or do we need to genetic engineer ourselves or, perhaps, enhance ourselves with technology to meet the challenge? Could it be that -unbeknownst to us – we already have the genetic wherewithal and inner resources to adapt to open personal and cultural contact with these entities?
Shouldn’t we, rather, emphasize more a spiritual connection with SOURCE (the Source of all being) than a technological one? Experiencers often mention that ETs understand there is a Universal Source (“God” for some if you will and The Absolute, Tao, Budha Mind, Parabrahm, Allah and The Great Mystery for others) and some experiencers mention that some intelligent creatures work with this Source for the good of others while the Source allows others to work for themselves controlling, enslaving or stealing forms of light or energy from others. But the latter actions – while allowed by free will – have a limit that cannot be indefinitely sustained as it is a contradiction since the Source of all contingent beings in itself is giving.
How will international law have to improve if we find out that there have been a presence or even bases from otherworldly beings for centuries or thousands or millions of years in different parts of the world? What are the rules of engagement that they abide by? Is there a balance of forces among different UAP intelligences with different motivations? I believe that we should make peaceful contact with some of them.
Where are they From?
As per the UAP intelligences are they after all displaying advanced technology from another country? Or perhaps ‘us’ from the future? An advanced civilization native from Earth but mostly hiding from us? From inhabited planets in the Solar System or from other solar systems in our universe? From physical parallel universes? From subtler physical universes? Are they ‘Transdimensional’ (using the non-physical to manifest in a variety of physical universes and to manipulate spacetime)? Do they manipulate a universal hologram information matrix and materialize where and when they need to? Do they have greater control of their present moment as Mr. Luis Elizondo suggested in a MUFON interview? Do they control retrocausality? Angels and demons (and/or at least connected with them)?
Is the development of psychic capacities and an integrative perspective needed to understand them? Are they mostly benign as most experiencers of contact tell? Are they – ultimately – us or an aspect of us?

What if God exists but they intervened in our development as a species? How will religions become more inclusivist rather than rigid and be able to join the conversation in a civil way? How will science expand to include the phenomenon of consciousness which – according to many testimonies and scientific research – appears to be inexorably linked to the UFO phenomenon?
How will our most basic concepts about the ‘nature of reality’ expand? An integral way of being may help us to adapt to the new realities thriving in forms of connectivity that transcend spacetime limitations. How do we motivate human development worldwide into a post-postmodern, integrative way of being psychologically, culturally, technologically and systemically (including our economic and political systems)?
Besides any level of a cover-up, there may be, I understand how even after genuine sightings the UFO issue tends to be dismissed or ignored by authorities WORLDWIDE. For instance, I heard from a good source that there are unknown traffics or targets detected quite regularly by the Jorge Chavez International Airport control in Lima, Perú. Unless they are too close or too visible their presence tends to be ignored for various psychological and sociological reasons. For once, it is not acceptable to speak about it without risking one’s job because it is a TABOO. Perhaps a sense of not being able to do anything about it and the feeling that it is ‘weird’ is sufficient for most people to dismiss it as irrelevant or partially irrelevant…unless explicitly assigned to track, investigate and report them. But, should a worldwide phenomenon like this; a more technologically advanced phenomenon, posing cultural and institutional challenges like this be treated as irrelevant or perhaps as silly or as entertainment indefinitely? Definitely NOT.

Another one of those “connect the dots” moments has occurred in the wake of the recent New Zealand Mosque shootings.
Top HRC confidante and UFO advocate John Podesta found himself down under in NZ praising the virtues of Hillary protege, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern a few days prior to the slaughter in Christchurch. This event has all the trappings of a false flag/psy op as outlined in great detail by Ole Dammegard and others who have analyzed the video as well as the context of the tragedy.
It is fascinating to those who track these events closely to learn that Podesta felt compelled to reference ETs on this trip while also disparaging President Trump in the harshest terms.
Almost simultaneously, the carnage commenced! How convenient to attribute the killings to a “white supremacist” so as to link the (false flag?) event to Trump. How convenient to find former HRC campaign manager Podesta in the vicinity of the tragedy while promoting Ardern, a Left/Socialist politician with close ties to the former Secretary of State and Democratic nominee.
How convenient that the timing reignites the flagging assault on Trump’s legitimacy just as the Mueller investigation of RussiaGate was losing steam and Steele’s deep ties to British intelligence and top Obama Administration officials at the DOJ, FBI and CIA are being corroborated.
Conspiracy research thrives on such coincidences because the official narratives are usually implausible while those promoting these dubious accounts are often the main beneficiary of blaming their enemies. If one adds to the equation the rush to secrecy by criminalizing possession of the live-stream video and censoring the internet to obscure what really happened, the image of cover-up instantly leaps to mind.
The ET factor adds additional juice to this scenario. It implicitly continues the 2016 election competition on the topic where Podesta and HRC championed the John Brennan/CIA-linked To The Stars Academy, limited hangout approach (X Protect) whereas Trump seems to be opting for the JFK/full disclosure route (X Share) that some believe got Kennedy killed.
Trump’s Space Force, enthusiasm for a more adventurous NASA and family ties to Nikola Tesla suggest the potential of a bolder, more dramatic perspective than the Clinton/Podesta/deLonge effort. Not to be ignored is the Israeli Moon Shot that adds further relevance to the Space angle. It further connects Trump via his technology adviser, son-in-law Jared Kushner, who along with financier, Sheldon Adelson helped back the launch as another way of lending their pal Bibi Netayanhu more pre-election viability.
Meanwhile, all this is unfolding while Mrs. Clinton is suspected of selling Secret Space Program technology to China.
However over-the-top (far-out!) this speculative view is, this author feels justified in posing the possibility as he previously did with RussiaGate, that the Mueller investigation and these other events are ultimately all tied to the ET Truth Embargo and Disclosure. The work of George Webb in detailing the links of Mueller to all aspects of the Military-Industrial Complex including the processing of Uranium as a fuel source along with the revelation of Mueller working with Comey to suppress the private development of cloaking technology are examples of this important connection.
If Hillary somehow claws her way to the top of the ticket again in 2020 and Trump escapes impeachment, we are likely to see this subject energized and revisited in ways few people are willing to entertain.

The Los Angeles Air Raid on February 24/25, 1942 opened an unprecedented chapter in the evolution of the US Navy. Among these distracting disclosures was that University and Military types would begin talking about ancient ruins that were located on the ocean floor and on Antarctica deep under the ice. I was taken to the region and shown some of the ancient ruins that would be disclosed to the public in the near future and reported extensively on it.
I was also shown a video of the actual military operation in space. I was shown a secret spacecraft that was used to dock with an object that entered our solar system and then began to show signs of intelligent control. This mission was recorded and shown to me prior to any other information coming out publicly about Oumuamua possibly being an ‘alien spacecraft’.
I was told to expect a broader briefing on what was found on that ancient derelict alien spacecraft soon. I am told it is fascinating information about the history of many civilizations that worked together up until a little less than a billion years ago.
I was also allowed to release two DIA Documents officially making me the first to disclose DIA and DOD programs to study exotic technology. However, in all of the recent articles on AATIP disclosures going around, of course, none of them state Corey Goode was the first one to release any documents from the studies in that program.
The Question; Why was I the first to cover the information about ancient civilization in Antarctica or a Secret Mission to visit Oumuamua by a US Military Secret Space Program?
The Alliance knew that several deep state-sponsored disclosures had been planned for some time.
The Alliance knew about the planned disclosure of a civilization in Antarctica, they knew of a plan to let the public know that Oumuamua was an ancient alien spacecraft, they knew that the deep state was going to leak information about the AATIP program as a part of a mass distraction and wanted to get it to me to disclose FIRST along with the info that this disclosure was going to be a very partial and manipulated one.
I also made it public that the MIC Secret Space Program was preparing to be disclosed over a year prior to the announcement of Space Force.
I am told to expect more disclosures of programs such as the AATIP program and their studies as well as more people coming forward discussing the ruins in Antarctica.
I was pretty shocked to see that Linda Molten Howe had been interviewing Marine and Navy special operators that were leaking the same information I had released months or even up to a year prior. I know David Wilcock was blown away when he heard so many details from these military insiders matched exactly what we had reported on a year earlier. It is an interesting feeling to see things unfold months to a year after you had been told to expect public disclosures.

This is exonews, disclosure news and UFO news because it refers to an official admittance to a UFO phenomenon. On February 27. 2019. 1.30 AM local time to 2.12 AM-2.14 AM the town of Callao, Peru where Lima’s airport is 2 UFOs sighting above or relatively close to the Jorge Chavez airport. It also is close to the Pacific Ocean.
With an official preliminary report from the control tower (managed by CORPAC – Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Commercial) and later on (on February 28) these 2 UFOs were admitted by an Air Force division from the Ministry of Defense (The National Aerial Defense Information Center belonging to the Peruvian Air Force). I’m glad. It represents a step forward towards disclosure and a good example to follow by other governments.
Photos and some footage were apparently taken of the objects that seemed to be just above the airport at about 300 meters. But the official reports say that they were 5 nautical miles and about 8000 feet high due east (toward the Pacific Ocean…perhaps above the San Lorenzo Island). The preliminary incident report mentions that one of the objects was seen on a radar screen appearing on an off intermittently (on a primary radar). The important thing here is the two official statements.
The source of the control tower document is some anonymous person probably working for CORPAC and who took a picture and posted the CORPAC document online. Mr. WILBERT RUIZ validated the document during a radio – Cable TV interview on Radio Capital. He is the former chief of the Control Tower of the Jorge Chavez International Airport with 44 years of experience and currently acting as General Coordinator of control towers across provinces in Perú.
But the (unverified) photos and a video seem to show that they were closer. Or else the objects would have been huge if located 5 miles away. However, the crew in airplanes that were notified by the control tower also saw them. A preliminary report from CORPAC (the Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Commercial managing the control tower) says one was seen sporadically in radar screen. That it was about 8000 feet in altitude and about 5 nautical miles away due West (azimuth 274 degrees).
Due West from the control tower is a place above the Pacific Ocean near the Island of San Lorenzo. But apparently, they were also seen by the crew from airplanes located on runway 33 and on runway 15. LAN Peru 2437 and LATAM Ecuador 1442. These flights were probably notified because they were related to a route that concerned the event. The UFOs were also apparently filmed by someone with a cell phone in the streets near the airport, but the video – showing 2 lights – is a bit blurry.
The event took place between 1.30AM to 2.12 AM or 2.14AM local Lima time on the 27 of February 2019. This is equal to 6.30 UTC and 7.14 UTC (Universal Time).
The weird thing to me is that the UFO photograph seems to show 2 objects which are much closer and not 5 nautical miles away due West or 8000 feet high. The UFOs would have been much larger than drones and airplanes would not have been able to hover in a stationary manner.
Over the years, there have been occasional UFO/UAP reports around the general area around San Lorenzo Island. There is an experiencer who claims that in the 1970’s he was taken to an underwater base whose entrance is in that area.
Regardless, my thanks to retired Commander Julio César Chamorro from the Peruvian Airforce (FAP) who sent me the first “incident” report from CORPAC and the control tower.
Whether the photos and video are good or not, UFOs/UAPs were clearly detected and this is the first time I know that the Air Force as part of the Ministry of Defense in Perú validates in writing a UFO sighting related to the main airport in Perú. They even used the term “OVNI” (UFO).
It is not clear if this is a new initiative or policy or if both the Control Tower – CORPAC preliminary report and the Ministry of Defense document (a letter by the Peruvian Air Force Commander of the National Aerial Defense Information Center to the Peruvian Airforce Director of the Aerospace Interests Center) filtrated to the public in an irregular manner. The news came out in two newspapers, in social media and in Radio Capital. Further declarations should be forthcoming.

Dr. Steven Greer, a leading figure in the UFO disclosure movement, has just proposed an audacious idea concerning official disclosure of extraterrestrial life. In his expert opinion, acquired over more than 25 years of disclosure advocacy, continued secrecy is better than disclosing the truth about visiting aliens if they are depicted in any other way than peaceful nonviolent beings attempting to advance the evolution of human life on Earth.
In the February 5 installment of Gaia TV’s Disclosure series, Greer was interviewed on the topic of the “Architecture of Secrecy” and explained his view about how official disclosure should be handled. He asserted his controversial idea that continued secrecy is better than any disclosure scenario that depicts extraterrestrials as in any way constituting a threat:
My biggest concern is that there’s a hijacking of disclosure around a narrative of a threat, of an us versus them scenario. That is the sort of thing that can lead to the worst possible outcome. I wrote a paper called “When Disclosure Serves Secrecy”. Disclosure that would serve the secret agenda is not something that we need. I’d rather have the secrecy continue, frankly. But a disclosure that would be truthful and would be forward looking, and that would have an interplanetary peace initiative, and communication and contact initiative, and that would have the release of these technologies for peaceful energy generation, transportation and what have you, that would transform the planet very quickly (Video: 9:45)
Greer explicitly referred to Luiz Elizondo and Dr. Hal Puthoff, who are senior figures in Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy, as a major part of the threat scenario that is being currently put out into the public arena through the major news media. On that score, I would agree with Greer that the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” (AATIP) which was created within the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2007, and headed by Elizondo up to 2017, was unnecessarily framing the UFO issue in terms of it being a threat to national security.
If Greer only limited himself to critiquing depictions of UFOs and all extraterrestrial visitors as a threat, which AATIP appeared to be doing, he would be on solid ground. However, Greer in the Disclosure interview, as well as in past public statements, made it clear that he is against researcher that depict any extraterrestrials, even if only a small percentage, as a threat in any way.
On May 2, 2006, Greer launched an extraordinary public attack on my exopolitics research for having committed the egregious sin of proposing that extraterrestrials could in any way behave similarly to humans in terms of a wide range of motivations. My research dividing extraterrestrials into different motivational categories, e.g., the good, the bad and the indifferent, was lambasted by Greer as fueled by disinformation.
Greer is no doubt correct that elements of the Military Industrial Complex are exaggerating the threat narrative when it comes to UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation, which AATIP appeared to be currently doing and which I acknowledged back in my 2006 response to Greer. In it, however, I also pointed out that Greer’s bold assertion that there is no evidence of hostile extraterrestrial behavior, can be easily shown to be wrong by examining multiple sources revealing the egregious behavior of some extraterrestrial visitors.
On July 26, 2010, Greer was confronted by Project Camelot founders, Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan, over the same issue, and they presented their own evidentiary sources that some extraterrestrial visitors were behaving unethically and maliciously.
In 2018, Greer attacked two of the insider sources I have cited extensively in my secret space program book series, Corey Goode and William Tompkins, as putting out disinformation about aggressive extraterrestrials, Draconian Reptilians, who are described as a prominent part of the planetary control system. In this case, he speculated that both Goode and Tompkins were implanted with false memories and were unwittingly spreading disinformation.
Again, I responded to Greer by pointing out the abundant evidence refuting his audacious assertion that no extraterrestrials behave in ways that are unethical or malicious. Indeed, I showed how his dismissal of Tompkins claims, in particular, ignored the impressive documentation substantiating his information.
With that brief background on Greer’s past public statements on the issue of some, not all, extraterrestrials being unethical and malicious, the context has been set for better understanding the implications of what Greer had to say next in the February 5 interview.
Greer repeated his assertion that continued secrecy is preferable to any official disclosure announcement describing aliens as a threat, even if only partially or a subset of the entire alien visitation scenario:
The disclosure of this subject is the most important announcement in the history of the human race. How it’s handled, it has to be handled with great wisdom and great care. If it is handled with the kind of buffoonery and clumsiness that is evolving, or with partial truths, mixed in with disinformation, with frightening scenarios that scare the hell out of the public, I actually prefer the secrecy. (17:34)
What makes Greer’s views significant is that he claims to be in touch with members of the oversight group of up to 200 members commonly referred to as the MAJIC committee. Greer asserts that he is providing them with an expert civilian perspective on disclosure, where, incredibly, he appears to be advocating continued secrecy if an official disclosure statement is not framed in the way he prescribes.
In short, what is widely regarded as “full disclosure”, where all the facts and evidence of visiting extraterrestrials – good and bad – along with the truth about secret space programs is publicly revealed in an official announcement, is not supported by Greer. On the contrary, he only supports a “limited disclosure” statement where all references to unethical or malicious aliens is sanitized.
It’s hard to envisage that a leading figure in the disclosure advocacy movement could support continued secrecy on any grounds, let alone the dubious grounds Greer asserts, which I and others have shown ignores a large body of evidence. As to why Greer is taking such an extreme position, there are a number of explanations that come to mind. One is that he is personally invested in a secret Vatican initiative to establish a “New Cosmic Esoteric World Religion” through a “false flag alien savior event” as described elsewhere. Another is that Greer has been co-opted or compromised by the MAJIC Committee in charge of extraterrestrial related projects and is sabotaging the disclosure movement by imposing unreasonable demands for a future official disclosure announcement.
Greer’s position that continued secrecy is better than an official disclosure announcement which contains reference to any extraterrestrial visitors as a threat, is a position that he will find increasingly difficult to defend given the public’s growing awareness of all the available evidence of visiting aliens, and the diverse motivations behind their activities. Full disclosure is already well underway through multiple public initiatives disclosing all aspects of visiting extraterrestrial life and secret space programs, and any effort to filter or curtail such information in ways favored by Greer, are certain to fail.
• In response to The Federation of American Scientists (FAS) filing of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, on January 16th the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) released to the FAS a list of 38 titles of research papers that had already been provided to Congress in January 2018. Only the list of titles were released, not the research papers themselves. (see the list of titles here)
• The research papers were generated as a part of a $22 million DIA program (the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program which the NY Timesreported in December 2017) that ran from 2007 to 2012 with the goal of combating possible threats from space, including those of an alien form.
• The underlying 38 research programs, “many of which are highly conjectural and well beyond the boundaries of current science, engineering, or military intelligence,” according FAS, have all been shut down. Titles of the research programs provided include, “Invisibility Cloaking,” “Traversable Wormholes,” “Antigravity Aerospace Applications,” and “Warp Drive, Dark Energy, and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions.”
• The secret program “was apparently initiated at the behest of then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, with most of the funding directed to a Nevada constituent of his,” FAS reported in its newsletter.
• [Editor’s Note] It is significant that this list of ATIP research titles were released and officially acknowledged by the DIA because it confirms that they actually exist. Until now, the list was known as a leaked document with uncertain authenticity. This also confirms the authenticity of the two actual research papers that were leaked by Corey Goode in 2017. A DIA FOIA officer noted with some exasperation that yesterday’s release of the list of research papers will, in all likelihood, prompt a flood of new FOIA requests for each of the listed papers. The question is, were these individual research programs actually shut down? Or were they replaced by similar covert research projects under different names?

I was also allowed to release two DIA Documents officially making me the first to disclose DIA and DOD programs to study exotic technology. However, in all of the recent articles on AATIP disclosures going around, of course, none of them state Corey Goode was the first one to release any documents from the studies in that program.
