President Donald Trump signed the Space Force Act into law yesterday night. It was included in the omnibus 2020 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) funding Pentagon operations for another year, and officially creates a sixth branch of the military – US Space Force (USSF). Trump’s signing sets the stage for some amazing disclosures of what the USAF has secretly deployed in space for decades.
The budget allocated to Space Force is a paltry $40 million for its first year of operations, which effectively covers little more than the costs of hiring 200 new personnel and changing signs for personnel transferring from Air Force Space Command to the new Space Force. Approximately 16,000 civilian and military personnel will transfer from Air Force Space Command, which currently hosts 26,000 personnel, to the new Space Force.
On the surface, there appears to be little to be excited about with the creation of Space Force, which will continue to operate with largely the same personal and commander of the current Air Force Space Command – General John “Jay” Raymond.
Space Force will operate under the authority of the Department of the Air Force as an independent military branch, a temporary compromise, according to President Trump who would like to see the creation of a Department of Space Force eventually.
Critically, General Raymond is also in charge of US Space Command, the Pentagon’s newly created combatant command, which integrates the aerospace resources of the USAF, Army, Navy and USMC in combat operations around the world and outer space.
For the first year of Space Force’s existence, General Raymond will be dual-hatted as Chief of Space Operations and Commander of Space Command. This will allow Space Force to closely coordinate with other branches of the US military that have assets in space.
The big change that lies ahead is what the USAF plans to do with the highly classified space program it has secretly developed and deployed with futuristic aerospace technologies dating back to the 1970s. Lieutenant General Steven Kwast (USAF ret.) recently mentioned some of the cutting edge technologies developed in classified Air Force laboratories in a November 2019 lecture:
The technology is on the engineering benches today. But most Americans and most members of Congress have not had time to really look deeply at what is going on here. But I’ve had the benefit of 33 years of studying and becoming friends with these scientists. This technology can be built today with technology that is not developmental to deliver any human being from any place on planet Earth to any other place in less than an hour.
Less than a week before Trump signed the Space Force Act, the Secretary of the Air Force, Barbara Barrett, and Mike Rogers, one of the Congressman who co-sponsored the original bill for Space Force, both called for the USAF to declassify the advanced space technologies it has developed. Barrett said:
Declassifying some of what is currently held in secure vaults would be a good idea… You would have to be careful about what we declassify, but there is much more classified than what needs to be.
All the assets and personnel that clandestinely operate within the USAF secret space program will be transferred over to Space Force and the authority of General Raymond.
This will be welcomed by the commanders and personnel in the secret space program whose space activities have been classified so highly that it has negatively impacted career advancements and benefits when compared to their peers in more conventional Air Force programs.
The creation of Space Force sets the stage for the official disclosure of major components of the Air Force’s secret space program which I have discussed in detail in the US Air Force Secret Space Program. Disclosure is likely to begin with antigravity vehicles such as the legendary TR-3B, a flying triangle that was first sighted in the late 1980s, and newer rectangle-shaped flying platforms, which were photographed near McDill Air Force base in 2018.
There are also disk-shaped flying saucer craft and stealth space stations that were jointly developed with the National Reconnaissance Office. More incredible are the “stargates” or traversable wormholes that have been secretly developed and used for decades according to multiple insiders.
The disclosure of these and other advanced technologies will be mind-boggling and revolutionize the aerospace industry. More importantly, for the Trump administration, they will help re-industrialize America and establish Space Force as the leading military power in space for decades to come.
On December 7, attendees at the Reagan National Defense Forum held at the Reagan Presidential Library were told by the Secretary of the Air Force, Barbara Barrett, and US Congressman Mike Rogers, that they are in favor of declassifying information about the Air Force’s secret space program in order to get the public to support a US Space Force. Their comments confirm that the US Air Force is on the verge of disclosing the truth behind rumors of a secret space program and that the Space Force is a vital part of a series of stunning disclosures that lie ahead.
Barrett and Rogers’ comments were published by Defense News in an article by reporter Nathan Strout with the eye-catching title, “Barrett, Rogers consider declassifying secretive space programs”. Barrett and Rogers were speaking at a panel on “Next Steps in Space: Launching America’s Sixth Military Branch”. In the panel Barrett said:
Declassifying some of what is currently held in secure vaults would be a good idea… You would have to be careful about what we declassify, but there is much more classified than what needs to be.
Rogers, a co-sponsor of the original House of Representatives Bill to create a Space Force/Corps, agreed and said that information about space programs was “overwhelmingly classified”.
Rogers elaborated further on the need to declassify the Air Force’s secret infrastructure in space in order to win public support for Space Force:
As members of the Armed Services Committee and the defense appropriators, we get it. But we have to have our other colleagues in the Congress to be supportive of us making the changes we need and the resources we need into this… It’s not going to happen until they understand the threat and the dependence we have. And I don’t think that can happen until we see significant declassification of what we’re doing in space and what China and Russia are doing, and how space is in their day-to-day lives.
Rogers’ comment that the US, China and Russia have secret space programs, and that the public needs to know more about these in order to support the creation of Space Force is stunning acknowledgment of the existence of rival military programs with space technologies far more advanced than the rocket-propelled technologies used by NASA and other national space programs.
This echoes comments by a recently retired USAF Lieutenant General Steven Kwast in a lecture where he described China developing a space navy:
They are building a navy in space with the equivalent of battleships and destroyers that will be able to maneuver and kill and communicate with dominance.
China’s future space navy will be able to decimate America’s satellite systems and space assets overnight.
The two declined to say how much of the black space portfolio could move into the public, nor when changes would start happening. But Barrett pledged that it would be a focus for her office moving forward, a sign that progress could come during 2020.
Two days later, it was announced that the Congressional Conference Committee set up to resolve competing Space Force proposals from the House and Senate had reached an agreement.
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2020 would contain the Space Force Act that would officially launch Space Force in early 2020. I explained the key provisions of the Space Force Act in an earlier article available here.
On Wednesday, December 11, the House of Representatives passed the bipartisan agreement reached for the NDAA/Space Force Act and the Senate is scheduled to vote on it next week. President Donald Trump has already tweeted that he will immediately sign it into law making the creation of Space Force official.
The comments made by Barrett and Rogers about the need to declassify more of the space activities secretly conducted by the USAF followed only one day after the December 6 news of an agreement being reached in Congress for the passage of the Space Force Act. This is not coincidental.
In fact, this sequence of events is stunning confirmation that Space Force is being used as a means for declassifying key elements of a USAF secret space program that possesses advanced propulsion and energy systems that will revolutionize the aerospace industry.
The linkage between the creation of the Space Force and the declassification of advanced space technologies process is precisely what I predicted in the US Air Force Secret Space Program. Put simply, the rollout of Space Force provides the means for disclosing futuristic technologies used by the Air Force in a way the boosts public confidence, setting the stage for even more remarkable disclosures.
The creation of Space Force marks the beginning of an official disclosure process that will confirm the source of many UFO sightings were, in fact, advanced space technologies developed by the USAF, or the aerospace forces of major nations such as Russia and China.
Recently, the US Navy authorized the release of five patents of revolutionary electromagnetic propulsion and energy systems that one of its scientists acknowledged are being actively developed by China. China has a secret space program that is greatly worrying US national security analysts such as Lt. General Kwast, and this is a key factor behind Space Force’s launch.
After Space Force deploys in 2020, the stage will be set for further disclosures about revolutionary aerospace technologies. It can be expected that explanations for the origins of such technologies will be initially said to be talented scientists such as the US Navy’s Dr. Salvator Pais, the inventor of the five Navy patents, and similar breakthroughs by scientists in other national space programs. It will nevertheless be much harder to hide the truth of their real origins.
Many of the technologies used in secret space programs developed by the US, China and Russia have been reverse engineered from artifacts retrieved from the ruins of ancient civilizations and from crashed extraterrestrial vehicles, as a number of insiders have recently claimed. Among these is a former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Vice Admiral Tom Wilson, who learned that a major defense contractor was actively reverse engineering such technology back in 1997.
Eventually, the disclosure of technologically advanced extraterrestrial life will be announced, but only after the creation and deployment of Space Force has reached the point that public confidence is such that the societal collapse predicted in the 1961 Brookings Report would not occur.
The Brookings Report, titled “Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs,” described an alarming scenario of what might happen to society if humanity was not sufficiently prepared for the discovery of technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations:
Evidences of its [extraterrestrial] existence might also be found in artifacts left on the moon or other planets. The consequences for attitudes and values are unpredictable, but would vary profoundly in different cultures and between groups within complex societies; a crucial factor would be the nature of the communication between us and the other beings…. Anthropological files contain many examples of societies, sure of their place in the universe, which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different ideas and different life ways; others that survived such an experience usually did so by paying the price of changes in values and attitudes and behavior.
The major takeaways from the Air Force Secretary promising future disclosures of a classified military space program and the launch of Space Force is that an official disclosure process is now firmly underway. 2020 promises to be an exciting year for all wanting to learn about secret space programs created by the US, China and Russia, and eventually learn the true origins of these technologies.
A major hurdle was passed in the creation of a United States Space Force when a Congressional conference committee comprising members of both branches of Congress, meeting to resolve conflicting congressional bills, agreed to the legislative language authorizing its creation. The “National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020”, contains the agreed language for Space Force’s creation, which will be voted on by both houses of Congress, and then signed by President Donald Trump.
The Secretary of the Air Force, Barbara Barrett, issued a statement after the Congressional conference committee gave its approval and said:
We certainly appreciate the hard work and bipartisan support of the Congress and the administration that is bringing a separate service for space closer to reality. We are reviewing the draft legislation and look forward to moving out smartly once legislation is passed by the Congress and signed by the President.
President Trump tweeted his approval of the agreement that had been reached and said he was ready to sign the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that will formally create Space Force.
Wow! All of our priorities have made it into the final NDAA: Pay Raise for our Troops, Rebuilding our Military, Paid Parental Leave, Border Security, and Space Force! Congress – don’t delay this anymore! I will sign this historic defense legislation immediately!
The House of Representatives was scheduled to vote on the NDAA today, and will be quickly followed by the Senate before being sent to President Trump for his signature to enact it into federal law.
In the NDAA, which is nearly 3500 pages long, the agreed-upon language for Space Force appears under Title IX – Department of Defense Organization and Management.
Subtitle D discusses how Space Force will be set up and run. It asserts that the relevant sections in the NDAA (Title IX, Subtitle D) authorizing Space Force’s creation will be known in the future as the United States Space Force Act. (sec.951).
The Space Force Act re-designates “Air Force Space Command” as the United States Space Force (USSF). Space Force will be located with the Department of the Air Force. This will mirror how the US Marine Corps is embedded within the Department of the Navy but remains a separate military branch to the US Navy.
(b) COMPOSITION.—The Space Force shall be composed of the following:
(1) The Chief of Space Operations.
(2) The space forces and such assets as may be organic therein.
The Chief of Space Operations (CSO) will report directly to the Air Force Secretary and one year after the passage of the Space Force Act will become a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The present head of the U.S. Space Command, General John Raymond, will also be allowed to serve as the CSO of Space Force for the first year of its operations. This will enable Raymond to oversee the smooth transition of Air Force Space Command, which he also currently heads, into the new Space Force.
The reference to “assets as may be organic therein” as part of the initial composition of Space Force is intentionally vague. This will give Raymond broad authority to transfer assets from the Air Force into Space Force, and also transfer relevant space assets from the Navy, Army and Marine Corps. There is also another arguably more compelling reason why the assets language was left vague, as I will explain later.
The Space Act outlines the functions and duties of the Space Force as follows:
(c) FUNCTIONS.—The Space Force shall be organized, trained, and equipped to provide—
(1) freedom of operation for the United States in, from, and to space; and
(2) prompt and sustained space operations.
(d) DUTIES.—It shall be the duty of the Space Force to—
(1) protect the interests of the United States in space;
(2) deter aggression in, from, and to space; and
(3) conduct space operations.
The above functions and duties will give Space Force direct responsibility for protecting the civilian and military satellites that are the backbone of the Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system that the Pentagon relies upon for its modern weapons. These have recently come under direct threat by China which has developed the antisatellite capacity to destroy all US satellites as part of its asymmetric military strategy called “Assassin’s Mace”.
Back in 2015, General Raymond warned: “Soon every satellite in every orbit will be able to be held at risk”. More recently, in January 2018, a “Top Secret” report by the Pentagon Joint Staff intelligence directorate “revealed China and Russia have built anti-satellite missiles and other weapons and will soon be capable of damaging or destroying every US satellite in low earth orbit” [source].
The defense of the US military and civilian satellite infrastructure will be among the most important responsibilities of the Space Force for decades to come. But what space assets will Space Force use to achieve its functions and duties as outlined in the Space Act?
This is where the topic of a secret space program run by the Air Force for decades becomes relevant, and why the Space Force Act contained a vague reference to “assets as may be organic therein”. This vague reference was intentionally used so the assets belonging to the Air Force’s secret space program comprising advanced aerospace technologies using exotic propulsion systems, some of which were reverse-engineered from captured extraterrestrial spacecraft, can be ‘organically’ incorporated into Space Force.
In the US Air Force Secret Space Program: Shifting Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force (2019), I described the different space assets possessed by the Air Force’s secret space program. These include disk-shaped “alien reproduction vehicles”; different models of the TR-3B/flying triangle craft; flying rectangle-shaped weapons platforms; and finally ring-shaped stealth space stations.
I have previously provided photos taken of some of the classified flying triangles and rectangles operating out of MacDill Air Force Base, and how this had been orchestrated by leaders of the Air Force’s secret space program. Indeed, the photographer identified personnel from Air Force Special Operations, as part of this covert space program.
All the assets belonging to the Air Force’s secret space program will be placed under the direct authority of the incoming Chief of Space Operations, General Raymond, who will ensure these are used to protect the sensitive satellite infrastructure that China is directly threatening with its asymmetric “Assassin’s Mace” military strategy.
The official creation and launch of Space Force in 2020 will be a momentous event. It will enable the official disclosure of many advanced aerospace technologies that use exotic propulsion and energy systems based on electromagnetic principles not thought viable or possible by conventional scientists. Some of these exotic propulsion and energy systems were recently disclosed in a series of US Navy patents showing their feasibility, and how they can be applied in ways that revolutionalize the aerospace industry.
Space Force will not only open the door to the release of many highly classified technologies and the aerospace craft that have been secretly built as a result, but will also pave the way to future official disclosures about advanced subterranean civilizations and extraterrestrial life residing on, or visiting our planet.
I just finished watching the final season of Amazon’s TheMan in the High Castle and was stunned to see how it increasingly focused on the idea of a temporal war, which has been the subject of two of my recent articles on the QAnon movement and the Deep State. The fourth season’s release on November 15 was followed four days later by the release of The Cosmic Secret where interviewees discuss the temporal war idea, and further reveal the long history of extraterrestrial colonization of Earth, and the secret space programs currently underway.
In the Amazon series, an adaptation of Philip K Dick’s 1962 short story of the same name, we witness a dystopian parallel reality where Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan won World War II and occupied the United States dividing it into three zones. The largest is a Nazi-occupied zone on the East Coast, the next largest is a Japanese occupied West coast, and the smallest zone is a buffer area between them called the neutral zone which is dominated by members of a resistance movement.
In the first three seasons, the plot revolves around a mysterious set of film reels showing our time-line (reality) where Nazi Germany and Japan are defeated. The contraband films give Americans in the dystopian parallel reality hope as they witness their oppressors losing the war and being tried for their crimes.
The American resistance movement spends much time duplicating and distributing the films in the first three seasons, and are predictably hunted down and killed for their efforts. At the end of season three, the plot evolves to where the Nazis have now developed a portal travel (aka time travel) machine which they plan to use to send temporal agents into our timeline to first spy and then change it.
The portal/time travel machine is located at a powerful geomagnetic anomaly located in an old mine tunnel in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, and we witness prisoners dying horribly in the initial experiments, which echoes what happened in the Montauk Project from 1970 to 1983.
In the final season, the Nazi temporal agents begin infiltrating and disrupting major events in our reality such as US missile launches and the space program. The series also alludes to President Kennedy’s assassination being part of this temporal war.
There are several protagonists in the series who are able to move between the two realities through spontaneous shifts in consciousness. As they hop between different realities/timelines they witness our reality and return to the dystopian reality to reveal what they saw and try to influence events in a positive direction.
The Man in the High Castle is a very popular drama series whose pilot episode set Amazon viewing records. Most importantly, the series appears to be a soft disclosure of a temporal war that is happening right now. In parts one and two in this article series, I covered the portal/time travel technology respectively used by the Deep State and US military intelligence/Q in a temporal war.
The idea of Nazi temporal agents coming into our reality to spy and change it is countered by people in the dystopian reality being able to visit our reality through spontaneous consciousness shifts, and thereby offsetting the efforts of the Nazi temporal agents.
In the final episodes of the series the Japanese occupation of the Pacific states eventually fail, and the Nazi effort to take over the Pacific states collapses after the defection of high-level US military officials.
The final scenes show how the Nazi temporal war is over and thousands of temporal refugees start pouring through the Nazi portal to a new life on Earth. The key question that arises is whether the series is based on facts – is a parallel Nazi civilization trying to change our timeline?
In the series, the Nazis are depicted as occupying a dystopian parallel reality using a portal to effect changes in other timelines. In our reality, however, as I have shown in Antarctica’s Hidden History, a group of German nationalists and Nazis established a breakaway colony in Antarctica during World War II. This colony has significantly expanded with bases on the Moon and Mars and exerts a powerful influence even beyond our solar system, as explained in part two of my temporal war article series. Put simply, (Nazi) German agents are trying to change our timeline from their secret bases in Antarctica, the Moon and Mars.
Key temporal war issues and the reality of the breakaway German colony are tackled in The Cosmic Secret which features a number of experts casting light on these deeply guarded cosmic secrets that reveal important aspects of our planet’s history.
The destruction of Maldek in the asteroid belt, the Martian refugee exodus to Earth, the moon as an artificial planetoid that was a staging post for extraterrestrial refugees, the establishment of an extraterrestrial colony in Antarctica that became Atlantis, inner Earth Civilizations, the role of Nazi Germany in establishing modern secret space programs, pole shifts, micronova, all these and many other issues are discussed.
The Cosmic Secret provides a rich source of information about our planet’s true galactic history, when different extraterrestrial colonists have arrived here, and how a temporal war is currently underway that can fundamentally alter our collective destiny.
Awareness of the main issues in this ancient cosmic drama and temporal war is critical for our emancipation as a species. Man in the High Castle is soft disclosure of the temporal war underway, and The Cosmic Secret provides the expert testimonies for understanding the full context of this temporal war, and the different groups that are battling behind the scenes over humanity’s past and future.
Only days after drawing attention to “Operation Looking Glass”, Q(Anon) just took this reference further in another post by claiming foreknowledge of the Deep State’s plans. Q appears again to be alluding to an advantage the US military intelligence community has over the Deep State in terms of advanced technology enabling them to view the future.
In part one, I referred to the Deep State having similar technology in its possession and the incredible implication that we are witnessing a “temporal war” between the Q/military intelligence community and the Deep State. How deep does this temporal war go, who is involved, and what are the implications? If you agree these are questions worth pursuing, then read on. The answers will shock and surprise you.
In order to better understand the nature and extent of this temporal war, let’s begin with Q’s November 15 post [3596] which hints at time travel technology being used to gather foreknowledge over an opponent’s plans:
On its own, the above post may simply suggest that Q has reliable intelligence gained from traditional intel sources or from simply anticipating the moves of the Deep State based on conventional methods such as psychological profiling. However, only four days earlier, in post 3585, Q referred to a mysterious “Project Looking Glass” and made a quip about traveling forward in time to look back:

We also need to consider a post (2548) made on December 4, 2018, where Q said:
You are witnessing something [firsthand] that many cannot possibly comprehend or accept as reality [Sci-Fi or precision M_planning?]
Taken together, posts 3596, 3585, and 2548 suggest that Q is doing far more than using conventional intelligence gathering to anticipate the moves of the Deep State for “precision military planning” – some unconventional “Looking Glass” technology that many consider to be Sci-Fi is being used.
In my earlier analysis of post 3585 (part one), I covered the origins of “Project Looking Glass”, and described how both the military intelligence community and the Deep State have been using such “time distorting” technology since at least the 1960s. I concluded that we are witnessing a “temporal war” where both sides can peer into the future and anticipate the other’s moves.
An insider who best describes the intelligence gathering uses of time distorting or time travel technology is Andy Basiago, J.D., currently a licensed attorney for the state of Washington. Basiago said that in 1969, as an eight-year-old, his father recruited him into a CIA-run intelligence gathering operation called “Project Pegasus” in which he served until 1972. Basiago states: “Project Pegasus at the time that I joined it in 1969 was not primarily a time travel project – it was an intelligence program for the CIA.”
Project Pegasus involved children testing up to a total of eight different time-travel and teleportation related technologies, and revealing what they had experienced in subsequent debriefings as Basiago explains:
Project Pegasus was debriefing the teleportees and the other forms of time traveling… time travelers – including myself, having gone to the past and future using different methodologies and different technologies – so we were being interviewed to derive when we were going forward in time … information with which the US government could create reports that were promulgated by the CIA, and then sent around the project in other areas of the government to people with a ‘need to know’ status, to know of certain events.
Basiago’s statement is vitally important given the role of the CIA in supporting the Deep State in the current undeclared civil war between the Trump administration/Q/military intelligence community and the Deep State/CIA. Basiago is telling us that as far back as the late 1960s, the CIA and Deep State began using time travel technology as an intelligence gathering tool.
As discussed in part one, the US military intelligence community has developed its own time-distorting methods to view the future via “Project Looking Glass”.
There is far more to a “temporal war” than just looking at the future or past to gather intelligence to outmaneuver an opponent or for “military precision planning”. There is also the ability to change time itself, which of course leads to many unpredictable outcomes.
We know from part one that the Montauk Project (aka Phoenix Project) conducted time distorting experiments involving extraterrestrial technology – a chair which significantly enhanced psychic abilities to open viewing portals into the past or future by the conscious intent of the viewer. These time portals could also be used for time travel, and I briefly mentioned that thousands of children were ruthlessly exploited in these “temporal experiments” when they were sent back or forward in time and were lost. Testimonies of child survivors of these experiments is available in the Montauk Chronicles documentary.

According to another insider, Corey Goode, the temporal experiments conducted at Montauk got out of hand, and extraterrestrials intervened to put a stop to it. Goode says he had access to a smart glass pad that had information on these earlier temporal experiments:
From what I read on the glass pad, one of the major reasons that they put buffers on this temporal technology is that some of this time travel experiment and technology got extremely out of hand. People were traveling back in time, deciding that if they killed one person, it would change the timeline. These people would end up coming back and being on the timeline they created. And it was creating all these schisms and split timelines.
Then they were sending people to go back and prevent it and fix it, and it was causing even more and more problems, and more and more timeline splits to where there were all kinds of fragmentations, and it was just way out of hand.
And they started getting visitations from very advanced ET groups saying ‘Enough! You guys have got to stop’. And it was also explained that time is very much an illusion, that just as they were using consciousness – that was a key component. They were using consciousness in that chair to manifest things, which is something that we do with our mass consciousness every day. We’re manifesting our reality. (Cosmic Disclosure, 9/22/2015)
Goode has previously described a group of humans from the future he calls the Anshar, traveling approximately 17 million years into the past to preserve the timeline against efforts to manipulate it after experiencing a future version of the Mandela Effect.
She finally confirmed for me that the Anshar are actually people from the future, from after we’ve gone through all of these fourth-density changes, somewhere in the future the Anshar had what we would consider like a Mandela Effect thing occurring in their society. Their people . . . had their own Mandela Effects occurring that caused them to look back and see about when this was, this bifurcation, was occurring, and they decided to send a group back 17 million years, around . . . just before the time that the temporal anomaly was occurring, to have this group be stewards of their timeline.
There’s a possibility if they don’t steward the timeline properly, that they could cease to exist. (Cosmic Disclosure, 7/4/2017)
The Anshar subsequently established themselves as an underground civilization that intervenes when the timeline is threatened or altered by other groups in what amounts to a temporal war.
The idea that advanced civilizations from the future are intervening in current human affairs to preserve the timeline is also supported by Alex Collier, who claims to have had contact with extraterrestrials from the Andromeda Constellation. He said in a 1996 interview:
Now, in our galaxy there are many councils. I don’t know everything about all those councils, but I do know about the Andromedan council, which is a group of beings from 139 different star systems that come together and discuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now, because that affects everybody.
Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occurred that causes the tyranny 357 years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down to Earth, Earth’s moon and Mars. Those three places. (Defending Sacred Ground, p. 10)
Collier’s comment that a galactic tyranny suddenly appears in the future which can be traced to the Earth, Moon, and Mars is very revealing. These are the precise locations where a German-run secret space program had established itself after having first established a colony in Antarctica with the help of an extraterrestrial civilization called the Draconians.
The German SSP subsequently established a base on the Moon with the Draconian’s help and finally established multiple bases on Mars after reaching secret agreements with the Eisenhower administration. The Germans subsequently began serving alongside Draconian extraterrestrials in imperial galactic conquests taking place far outside our solar system.
While all this might appear to be Sci-Fi to some Q supporters, it’s important to keep in mind that Q has confirmed that time distorting technologies exist and are being used against the Deep State. What I wish to emphasize is that the Deep State, which is linked to this German-run secret space program, also possesses time distorting technology and is using it as well to alter the timeline in which we live.
The best physical evidence that our timeline is being altered is the Mandela Effect, which many people have observed and written about. The highly popular Edge of Wonder youtube channel created a video documenting the top ten proofs of the Mandela Effect.

Consequently, the struggle we are witnessing between the Trump administration/Q against the Deep State is part of a temporal war involving different extraterrestrial and human groups from the future intending to either protect or alter timelines that prevent a future galactic tyranny.
While the Q (Anon) movement has major implications for preserving the US Republic and exposing the Deep State, many may not appreciate the movement’s far greater significance for humanity’s future and the wider galaxy.
Soon after returning into the public arena with posts on the newly created 8kun channel, Q(Anon) made a very brief reference to a “Project Looking Glass”. Despite the post’s brevity, there is much behind this highly classified project that is relevant to the QAnon movement and the efforts of the Deep State to marginalize it and remove President Donald Trump from power.
The twitter link was to a tweet by Clark Petrounov, who claimed that what he first thought was a reference to a date in a Q post, 11.11.18, was an IP address belonging to the Department of Defense Network Information Center. The implication was that military servers were in some way involved in hosting the 8kun channel through which Q has once again resumed posting after 8chan was shut down due to different internet companies refusing to host it on their cloud servers.
Many believe that Q, based on multiple posts, is a group linked to US Army Intelligence working closely with the Trump White House. At first glance, it would be logical that military intelligence is helping 8kun to emerge online since 8chan/8kun was the only venue on which Q posts. However, it’s unlikely that the US military would do this in any transparent way, given the legal and political implications of supporting a posting board that many in the general public have been convinced by the mainstream media to be a venue for radical right-wing radicals.
Nevertheless, by referring to Petrounovu’s tweet, Q was sending a clear message that the military intelligence community is in some way helping 8kun establish a new internet presence, perhaps by protecting it from DOS (Denial-Of-Service) attacks. This is where Q’s reference to “Project Looking Glass” becomes very significant.
The first public reference to a “Project Looking Glass” came from the legendary UFO whistleblower Bob Lazar back when he first emerged into the public realm in 1989 when he identified it as one of the classified projects run out of the S-4 facility at Area 51. In an interview Lazar (L) replied to a question about the project as follows:
C: Wasn’t there something about “Looking Glass” project “Looking Glass”?
L: Yeah, that was later on… when we started getting into the heavy physics of it because gravity distorts space and time and what they were trying to do, and I say look back in time and some people conjure up images of a time tunnel… they’re looking at distorting time in microseconds to see whatever event they were trying to observe through a gravitational lens… so that was a different project they were dealing with that… but that was essentially playing with gravity distorting time.
While Lazar was not himself involved in Project Looking Glass, others have come forward to reveal what they knew about classified military experiments to distort time to peer into the past.
Among these was Preston Nichols, who was involved in a classified project called Montauk that was first publicly revealed in his 1992 book: Montauk Project: Experiments in Time.
Nichols explained that the Montauk Project ran from 1971 to 1983 at Montauk Air Station, Long Island, New York, and involved many human subjects in bizarre military experiments. Some of these experiments involved humans being trained to use extraterrestrial technology, such as a chair that significantly enhanced psychic abilities so one could do extraordinary things like distorting or warping time to look into the past or future.
Nichols explained what happened when the psychic Duncan Cameron sat in the Montauk chair:
Duncan would start out sitting in the chair, then the transmitter would be turned on. His mind would be blank and clear. He would then be directed to concentrate on an opening in time from say, 1980 (then the current time) to 1990. At this point, a ‘hole’ or time portal would appear right in the center of the Delta T antenna – you could walk through the portal from 1980 to 1990. There was an opening that you could look into. It looked like a circular corridor with a light at the other end. The time door would remain as long as Duncan would concentrate on 1990 and 1980. (Montauk Project, pp. 88-89).
Basically, psychics were placed in the Montauk Chair and were, in this way, able to peer into different historical periods to gain information of interest to their military intelligence handlers.
There was a lot more to Montauk than merely viewing the past and future, as suggested by Nichol’s reference to being able to walk through the time portal. A recent documentary called “The Montauk Chronicles” describes the many bizarre experiments that occurred there, and the first-hand testimonies of many participants, the majority of whom were terribly abused. In fact, thousands of children were involuntarily pulled from the streets and were lost or killed after being sent through the “time portals.”

The Montauk Project, however, is not the earliest reference to extraterrestrial technology being in the possession of the US military, which allowed it to view events in different historical periods.
In a 1964 television interview, George Van Tassell, who claimed to have had physical contact with human-looking extraterrestrials, says that they showed him technology that could be used to view a visual scene from any historical time period, which the US Navy had in its possession.
Van Tassell says that the technology was quickly classified by the Navy and the inventor was forced to work for it. The time travel/viewing technology described by Van Tassel in his 1964 interview is very similar to what was decades later described by Lazar as “Project Looking Glass” which he said was also run by the U.S. Navy.
If we accept the testimonies of Lazar, Nichols, van Tassell, and others, then it is clear that the US military intelligence community has been conducting “Project Looking Glass” since at least the early 1960s. Returning to Q’s November 11 post, is Q suggesting that the military intelligence community is using Project Looking Glass technology against the Deep State?
This is what Jordan Sather declares in his most recent video on his popular Destroying the Illusion youtube channel. He suggests, rather optimistically, this is why the Deep State has been befuddled by Q and the military intelligence community.

While I agree with Sather that Q and military intelligence community is using Project Looking Glass technology in a covert civil war with the Deep State, it is worth emphasizing that the Deep State has been using Project Looking Glass technology even longer than the US military intelligence community.
The earliest reference to the kind of technology discussed in Project Looking Glass actually comes from Italy in the 1950s! A Dominican priest by the name of Father Pellegrino Ernetti invented a Chronovisor by electronically modifying the frequencies of chants by Benedictine monks when viewed on a TV-like monitor. By manipulating the frequencies, Ernetti discovered one could look into the past. He claims to have witnessed the crucifixion of Christ and other historical events in this way.
In the book, Father Ernetti’s Chronovisor: The Creation and Disappearance of the World’s First Time Machine, Peter Krassa, investigates Ernetti’s amazing discovery. He explains how the technology was turned over to the Vatican hierarchy, which in turn passed it on to the Central Intelligence Agency. It’s worth emphasizing that the then chief of the CIA counter-intelligence division, James Jesus Angleton, handled both the Vatican and the Israeli desks during his long service from 1954 to 1975.
The CIA developed Chronovisor technology for the control group running extraterrestrial related projects, Majestic -12, one of the principal arms of the Deep State. Given that the CIA is the key agency for raising black budget funds for the entire military-industrial complex, it would have been easy to siphon off sufficient funds to conduct its own Project Looking Glass project.
Indeed, this is precisely what occurred, according to Andrew Basiago, a practicing attorney, who says he was involved in a Project Pegasus from 1967-1971 as a six-year old. He says that the chronovisor developed by Father Ernetti was refined by the CIA, in collaboration with the then Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA/now DARPA).
Basiago claims that in 1970, he and other Project Pegasus child participants visited various classified facilities hosting chronovisors:
In Fall 1970, the children in my group first began accessing past and future events via third and fourth-dimensional Ernetti-Gemelli chronovisors situated at the General Manufacturing Company in Convent Station, New Jersey; a public auditorium under construction in Morristown, New Jersey; and the ITT Defense Communications facility in Nutley, New Jersey.
Basiago’s assertion of visiting a classified facility run by ITT in Nutley, New Jersey in 1970 received surprising corroboration by no less a personage than famed radio host Art Bell, who was at the time employed by ITT in a classified NATO communication project. This was information Bell had never before publicly revealed. He was clearly shocked as Basiago revealed during a live radio interview on August 14, 2015, how he encountered Bell working on a classified project at the Nutley facility in 1970 when Basiago was only 8/9 years old.
Basiago asserts that chronovisor technology was one among many ways in which the CIA and its intelligence partners could view the past and future in order to gain intelligence data and to also attempt to manipulate history through time travel experiments.
Consequently, it’s worth emphasizing that both the military intelligence community (Q) and the Deep State/CIA are using time distorting technologies to peer into the future to anticipate each other’s moves. This would explain why many of Q’s predictions have not panned out, and the Deep State appears to have warded off the most damaging revelations made by Q.
The conclusion is that we are not just witnessing an information war between Q/military intelligence/Trump administration and the Deep State/CIA/Majestic 12, but also a temporal war. Q’s reference to “Project Looking Glass” invites members of the Patriot movement to dive deep into the highly classified world of time-distorting technologies and their connection to visiting extraterrestrial life.
On October 29, MJ Banias from Vice News wrote an article claiming that “QAnon and UFO Conspiracies Are Merging”. Banias promotes an alleged “disinformation expert” to make the case that questions arising from a linkage between the Deep State, UFOs and QAnon are harmful, and those investigating such questions are merely opportunists.
Sather’s YouTube channel has nearly 200,000 followers thus making him a juicy target for those from the mainstream media threatened by the growing popularity of alternative media sources, which are routinely labeled as “fake news”.
It’s worth mentioning that the “fake news” term was initially pushed by mainstream media sources wanting to delegitimize the alternative media which the US and the global public were increasingly visiting to inform themselves on multiple issues. The breaking point was Hillary Clinton’s presidential election loss, which was largely attributed to alternative media support for Trump’s campaign.
The “fake news” label has been subsequently used to demonetize, shadow-ban and remove countless alternative media websites, YouTube channels and social media pages to ensure that the 2020 election goes more along the path desired by those controlling the mainstream media.
QAnon has exposed the mainstream media as tightly controlled in multiple posts showing that many journalists get talking points sent to them each morning at 4 am, which are then used to craft their news articles. For example, in a January 18, 2018 post (561), QAnon wrote:
Those journalists faithfully writing up their (4 am) talking points to the satisfaction of their media handlers are “paid contractors” who are subsequently promoted, honored and rewarded in multiple ways.
This perspective promoted by QAnon helps explain why President Trump has been so strident in publicly attacking the mainstream media as fake news. He well understands that many celebrated media pundits are nothing more than hacks receiving 4 am talking points to focus exclusively on in their writing and news commentary.
Trump is the proverbial prophet warning of the coming Judgement Day, foretold by QAnon, that will expose the media hacks that are “paid contractors” for the Deep State.
Sather responds to Banias’ article with an entertaining Youtube video deconstructing the multiple fallacious points in his article. It’s well worth watching to understand why Banias and Vice were targeting Sather over QAnon and the UFO connection.

What I found particularly interesting was Banias’ promotion of Ben Decker from the Global Disinformation Index who is cited extensively as a “disinformation expert” who can get to the truth behind conspiracy theorists. Banias wrote:
Disinformation experts say that the intersection of conspiracy theories is common, and can be particularly dangerous.
“I think that intersectionality is really important when discussing various online conspiracy theories whose relevance is partially handcuffed to the news cycle,” Ben Decker, lead analyst for the Global Disinformation Index said.
Interestingly, when going to the Global Disinformation Index one finds no reference to Decker in the “about” page. The only references to him are five articles he has written on the GDI site since May 3, 2019. We don’t know anything about Decker other than him writing some articles in 2019, yet this is enough to make him a “disinformation expert” according to Banias.
We know that Global Disinformation Index has only been in existence since early 2019. It is a UK registered not-for-profit organization that acknowledges receiving funding from the UK government, philanthropy, and companies. GDI’s funding is a red flag raising the possibility that the GDI is a front sponsored by one of the UK’s intelligence services conducting online disinformation.
We do know for a fact that the intelligence community from the UK, as well as other “Five Eyes” countries, do conduct “online deception” aka disinformation. This was confirmed in a 50-page document titled “The Art of Deception: Training for a New Generation of Online Covert Operations” that was part of the Edward Snowden document dump back in February 2014.
The document was authored by the British equivalent of the NSA, the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) and shared among signals intelligence services from the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The document is quite revealing, as summarized by the journalist, Glenn Greenwald:
Among the core self-identified purposes of JTRIG are two tactics: (1) to inject all sorts of false material onto the internet in order to destroy the reputation of its targets; and (2) to use social sciences and other techniques to manipulate online discourse and activism to generate outcomes it considers desirable.
Destroying the reputations of different targets by the use of social science methodologies is precisely what the content of the articles by Decker and the Global Disinformation Index attempts to do. Greenwald concludes:
… these GCHQ documents are the first to prove that a major western government is using some of the most controversial techniques to disseminate deception online and harm the reputations of targets. Under the tactics they use, the state is deliberately spreading lies on the internet about whichever individuals it targets, including the use of what GCHQ itself calls “false flag operations.”
What Greenwald is warning us about is that the intelligence community has many online operatives creating false narratives where targets are labeled “fake news”.
The “Art of Deception” has three powerpoint slides that show UFO photos dating as far back as 1950. The fact that the photos take up three of the 50 slides of the “Art of Deception” document indicates that the UFO issue is covered in some detail in the training of online covert operatives in the use of psychological warfare techniques.
This is not a surprise to any familiar with a 1953 report issued by a CIA convened panel investigating reports of flying saucers, as UFOs were widely known at the time. The Robertson Panel delivered a report, the Durant Report, that recommended debunking the UFO (aka flying saucer) phenomenon for national security reasons. The Report stated:
The “debunking” aim would result in reduction in public interest in “flying saucers” which today evokes a strong psychological reaction. This education could be accomplished by mass media such as television, motion pictures, and popular articles.… Such a program should tend to reduce the current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda.
The Report’s references to a “strong psychological reaction” and “gullibility of the public” show the CIA/Deep State’s emphasis on conducting psychological warfare operations to deceive the public when it comes to the UFO issue. This strategy is a national security policy that continues to the present day as reflected in “The Art of Deception” document.
This takes us back to the Global Disinformation Index whose content and unknown funding sources raise strong suspicions that it is linked to the GCHQ’s online deception program. By frequently referring to Decker and the GDI as authoritative sources on disinformation, the Vice’s Banias is, in fact, promoting “disinformation experts” that are very likely part of an “online deception” campaign by the British intelligence community.
By making the argument that the linkage of QAnon and UFOs is a harmful threat, Banias is merely providing a new twist to the decades-long psychological warfare policy of discrediting UFO researchers and reports. Banias’ use of alleged disinformation experts, who can be linked to a GCHQ online deception program, suggests he is either simply naïve or has begun receiving 4 am talking points.
The US Navy has authorized the publication of a patent for a nuclear fusion reactor that can both generate enormous quantities of power and yet be small enough to be fitted on mobile platforms, including spacecraft. The patent’s publication supports Whistleblower/Insider claims of mile (1.6 kilometers) long space carriers that have been secretly built and deployed by the Navy since the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The patent application for a “Plasma Compression Fusion Device” was just published on September 26 after being lodged on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy back on March 22, 2019. The inventor is Dr. Salvator Pais, who works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and has previously lodged other patents on behalf of the Navy concerning a hybrid air, water, and space vehicle propelled and protected by electromagnetic fields.
In the patent description, Dr. Pais explains how his nuclear fusion device differs from similar devices under development:
At present there are few envisioned fusion reactors/devices that come in a small, compact package (ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters in diameter) and typically they use different versions of plasma magnetic confinement. Three such devices are the Lockheed Martin (LM) Skunk Works Compact Fusion Reactor (LM-CFR), the EMC2 Polywell fusion concept, and the Princeton Field-Reversed Configuration (PFRC) machine. […] These devices feature short plasma confinement times, possible plasma instabilities with the scaling of size, and it is questionable whether they have the ability of achieving the break-even fusion condition, let alone a self-sustained plasma burn leading to ignition.
Ignition is the point at which the nuclear fusion process begins generating electrical power in a self-sustaining way through the superheated plasma. Dr. Pais further explains how his device will use electromagnetic fields to ignite the nuclear fusion process:
The plasma compression fusion device utilizes controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration-deceleration-acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields. These fields not only confine the plasma core but also greatly compress it (by inducing a high energy negative potential well) so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition.
It is claimed in the patent application that this plasma compression fusion device is capable of producing power in the gigawatt (1 billion watts) to terawatt (1 trillion watts) range and above with input power only in the kilowatt (1,000 watts) to megawatt (1,000,000 watts) range. By comparison, America’s largest nuclear power plant, the Palo Verde nuclear power plant in Arizona, generates around 4,000 megawatts (4 gigawatts), and the A1B nuclear reactors designed for the Navy’s Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers generate around 700 megawatts.
Pais’ description makes clear that the nuclear fusion reactor is the power supply for several innovative patent devices that would go into the Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft (HAUC) the patent for which was awarded on December 4, 2018. The HAUC, as previously described, would generate a quantum vacuum field outside the hull, removing all air, water, or other molecules, thereby enabling the craft to rapidly move through the atmosphere, ocean, and space without meeting any resistance.
Remarkably, the HAUC was awarded after the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, intervened in an appeal against a rejection by the patent examiner who viewed the HAUC device as not scientifically feasible due to the need for an extraordinarily high power supply that produces “more electricity than what is produced by nuclear reactors”.
The examiner was referring to “nuclear fission” reactors used by the Navy in its aircraft carrier and submarine fleets, and pointing out that these would not be enough to meet the energy needs of the HAUC.
The nuclear fusion reactor device described in the latest patent application provides an explanation for what would power the HAUC and generate the quantum vacuum around it.
The other patent devices for the operation of HAUC include the “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(HFGWG) that would provide the craft’s propulsion system by creating gravity waves that would create a surf-ride effect.
Another patent is the “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (EFG) that would generate an electromagnetic shield to protect the craft from missile attacks, Coronal Mass Ejections, and space debris. Importantly, both the HFGWG and EFG would be powered by the nuclear fusion reactor.
Yet another patent is the “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” which can store enormous quantities of electrical energy. This “room temperature superconductor” is what would ultimately store the electrical power produced by the nuclear fusion reactor. The superconductor would also enable the HAUC and other mobile platforms to operate for extended periods if the nuclear fusion reactor went offline, and a back-up power supply had to be used.
For a second time, the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Dr. Sheehy intervened in support of Dr. Pais when a second patent examiner rejected the room temperature superconductor as scientifically unfeasible. Dr. Sheehy’s letter explained why the superconductor “is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application”.
Tingley and Rogoway have extensively covered previous patents granted to Dr. Pais and the controversy over the Navy’s extraordinary interventions in support of his inventions widely regarded by open-source scientists as outlandish.
[I]s the Navy building some sort of incredible craft based on science that remains foreign to the larger scientific community? Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now? Are they clumsily trying to emulate what their pilots are seeing in the field, but can not yet fully explain? Could these patents just represent gross mismanagement of resources on the Navy’s behalf? Or is this all some sort of elaborate disinformation play by the Navy—one that seems to have emerged right in step the rise of major peer-state competition from the likes of Russia and China, and the biggest expansion of advanced aerospace development programs in decades?
Tingley and Rogoway’s question, “Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now?” takes us directly to the eyewitness testimony of whistleblowers and insiders who claim to have worked on kilometers-long space carriers secretly designed and deployed by the US Navy in the 1970s and 1980s.
William Tompkins’ testimony, in particular, stands out since he claims he designed kilometers long cigar-shaped space carriers while employed at a secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft Company and other leading aerospace corporations from the 1950s to 1970s. What gives Tompkins’ testimony great weight is that he worked directly under Dr. Wolfgang Klemperer, the former chief designer for the US Navy’s flying aircraft carriers, the USS Akron and Macon, built and deployed in the 1930s by the Goodyear-Zeppelin corporation, where he worked at up to 1936.
Importantly, Tompkins claims that before the deployment of these kilometers-long space carriers in the early 1980s, the Navy retrofitted nuclear (fission) powered submarines as prototype spacecraft in the late 1970s. I recently interviewed a chemical engineer, who is still working in the industry and has chosen to remain anonymous, who says he served on a retrofitted nuclear submarine deployed into space in 1979.
If retrofitted nuclear submarines and kilometers-long cigar-shaped space carriers were secretly deployed by the Navy in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Tompkins claimed, then the power supply needed to lift and propel such craft into Earth orbit would vastly exceed that used by nuclear fission reactors.
As Tingley and Rogoway point out, the nuclear fission reactors in the modern Gerald Ford-class aircraft carriers generate 0.7 gigawatts. This pales in comparison to Pais’s nuclear fusion reactor that can generate up to 1000 gigawatts. A retrofitted nuclear fusion-powered submarine or kilometers-long space carrier could consequently generate sufficient electrical power for the electromagnetic propulsions systems incorporated into these crafts, similar to what Pais proposed for the HAUC.
The US Navy’s publication of a patent application for a nuclear fusion reactor appears to be part of a disclosure process designed to get the aerospace industry and general public ready for future announcements of secret space programs. It’s worth emphasizing that Tompkins and others claims that retrofitted submarines and space carriers were deployed in the 1970s/1980s, is directly supported by the Navy’s acknowledgement that nuclear fusion engines necessary for achieving such a stupendous feat, is a viable technology.
Consequently, the nuclear fusion reactors used in the Navy’s secret space program are over four decades old, which provides a compelling reason for why the Navy is allowing the release of these technologies now.
Critically, by patenting the nuclear fusion reactor and the other revolutionary electromagnetic propulsion technologies released by Pais, the Navy would not only save funds that it would otherwise have to pay companies for the use of such technologies, but also potentially raise enormous revenue in the future to fund its secret space program for decades to come. The Navy’s release of the nuclear fusion reactor patent is an extraordinary event that can revolutionize the aerospace industry and our planet very quickly with cheap and virtually unlimited electrical power.
China is painstakingly implementing a 100-year strategic plan aimed at overtaking the United States as the world’s dominant superpower or hegemon by 2049 according to Michael Pillsbury’s authoritative 2015 national best seller, The Hundred Year Marathon. Pillsbury’s keen insights not only provide a foundation for understanding how China plans to supplant the US, but how it is covertly responding to the existence of secret space programs developed by the US military industrial complex, and what China plans to do in response in order to achieve dominance both on Earth and in space.
Pillsbury is a China expert who has worked with the US Department of Defense, State Department, and Congress for over four decades, since 1975. A fluent Mandarin speaker, he has had unrivaled access to top Chinese military and political leaders during his professional career and is very familiar with the policies and plans of China’s ruling Communist Party elite, especially the military hawks who exert great influence behind the scenes. Currently, Pillsbury is a top advisor to President Donald Trump on US-China relations.
Pillsbury begins his highly detailed book by describing how top Chinese leaders cunningly use the historical period of the Warring States (475-221 BC) to develop their strategic planning for engaging with the US. In short, the Warring States period was a time when up to seven ethnic Chinese kingdoms competed amongst themselves for hegemony and dominance over their rivals.
Pillsbury explains how a ruling hegemon (the US in contemporary times) would be undermined by an aspiring hegemon (China), by means of stealth, cunning, and deception as practiced by different kingdoms during the Warring States period. He cogently explains how such goals require long term thinking by China as the aspiring hegemon that lacks the political and military power to directly confront the ruling US hegemon until it has been sufficiently weakened by internal and external strife.
Chinese military and political leaders began their 100-year marathon in 1949, Pillsbury explains, after the victory of the Communist Party and the establishment of the People’s Republic of China. Initially, China relied on the Soviet Union to help it industrialize and to modernize its vast military. After their political falling out in the 1960’s and military clashes along their shared borders, China’s Communist Party began secret overtures to the West.
It was Chairman Mao who covertly reached out to President Nixon, Pillsbury points out, and not the other way around as many erroneously believe. Initial relations between China and the US were genuinely positive since both had much to fear from the Soviet Union. All that changed with the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests and the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.
Chinese school textbooks changed dramatically. Previously positive descriptions of US history and democratic ideals, which had been extensively cited by Chinese students at the Tiananmen protests, were now overwhelmingly negative. Future generations of Chinese students were indoctrinated to believe that the US has been humiliating and abusing China since the mid-1800s.
Previously positive descriptions of President Lincoln (1861-1865), for example, were now overwhelmingly negative. Pillsbury explained how Chinese students came to be taught the ridiculous proposition that Lincoln was busy undermining China’s sovereignty, during the US Civil War. Essentially, China’s Communist Party was ensuring that there would be no repeat of the Tiananmen Square protest were the youth were citing positive US democratic ideals and personalities, which had been deeply embarrassing to Party elders.
Pillsbury then explains how China opened its doors to western industries and economic innovation as part of its modernization effort. Using strategies taken directly from the Warring States period, the Communist Party feigned openness to democratic political ideals, while ruthlessly clamping down on ethnic minorities and political dissidents, and blocking genuine democratic reforms.
The goal was to lure Western nations into a false sense of complacency where the common assumption was that China would inevitably change in the future as its huge economy opened to Western influence. Pillsbury emphasized that such future democratic changes were a chimera since the Chinese military and political elite were driven not by Western ideals, but by their understanding of what history revealed about how an aspiring hegemon needed first to undermine and then supplant a ruling hegemon.
He points out that China had no intention of helping the US and its allies establish a stable world order, but instead aimed at undermining it so as to usher in a world order where China would be the dominant power.
Pillsbury provides many examples of how China has assisted various rogue states and groups around the world, such as Afghanistan’s Taliban. Just as the U.S. secretly used extremist groups to weaken the Soviet Union during the Cold War, now China was covertly doing the same through economic development and arms supplies to nations that challenged US policies.
As far as economic development is concerned, Pillsbury explains how China is at the forefront of industrial espionage, counterfeiting efforts, theft of intellectual property, hacking and other unscrupulous practices. The goal is to help China’s state-owned enterprises (which numbered over 140,000 companies in 2011), cheat, steal, manipulate, and outmaneuver Western companies that establish a commercial presence in mainland China.
When it comes to outer space, Pillsbury explains how China has been using these unscrupulous practices to develop its own conventional space program, with the goal of projecting a military presence into space. While the Trump administration is in the midst of creating the Space Force as the sixth branch of the US military, China has had an “Aerospace Force” up and running since 2014.
China’s Aerospace Force was created as the fifth branch of Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) as explained in an article titled “China’s Military Creates New Space Force” published in The Diplomat by Zachary Keck on September 10, 2014. A speech by President Xi was summarized by a Chinese space expert cited by Keck as a clear endorsement of Chinese militarization of space in response to US and other nations already having done so:
The United States has paid considerable attention and resources to the integration of capabilities in both air and space, and other powers have also moved progressively toward space militarization… Though China has stated that it sticks to the peaceful use of space, we must make sure that we have the ability to cope with others’ operations in space.
The problem is that Pillsbury, and the US public more generally, is largely unaware of the extent of the US military’s true presence in outer space, and mistakenly assume that Space Force will be the official start of US militarization of space. However, as I have extensively documented in my Secret Space Program Book series, both the US Air Force and the US Navy have independent secret space programs that have projected their respective military power deep into space.
These two parallel US military-run space programs have been in operation since the 1970s, while the general public was hoodwinked into believing that the only US presence in space was through NASA’s civilian-run space program.
China, however, is well aware of the truth behind covert US military space operations once it began sending satellites into Earth orbit in the 1970s. China’s growing space surveillance capacities allowed it to track US military space operations, especially the construction of secret military space stations operated by the USAF and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
In Book Four of my series, the USAF Secret Space Program, I discuss 825 declassified NRO documents that show how the USAF and NRO used the allegedly discontinued Manned Orbiting Laboratory project as the cover for sending laboratory modules into space that could be configured to establish Von Braun type space stations, i.e., modules assembled into a circular configuration.
These secret USAF/NRO space stations provide ideal weapons platforms capable of extending US military force all over the planet from the high ground of space. China, like other major nations with satellite surveillance capacities, is well aware of the USAF/NRO space stations and their potential military capabilities.
China insists that it is only attempting to match the US militarization of space, but given the gap between the development of the US military’s presence in space, and China’s more recent efforts, it will take China many years to catch up. This is why Pillsbury’s book is important since it outlines the unscrupulous practices China is willing to adopt in order to bridge the gap in space technologies.
For example, the real scandal behind the hacking of the Hillary Clinton email servers during her tenure as Secretary of State (2009-2013), is the role played by China, and the likelihood that it was all part of an elaborate pay-to-play scheme to leak classified space technologies. As I have written previously, Clinton had security access to Talent Keyhole space technologies classified within Special Access Programs (SAPs) and discussed these in emails stored on her servers.
This was corroborated by no less than the Inspector General for the US Intelligence Community who identified the various security levels of emails stored on Clinton’s hacked servers:
To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element. These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, and TOP SECRET/SAP levels. According to the declarant, these documents contain information derived from classified IC element sources.
Pillsbury’s conclusions dictate the different steps the US needs to take to stop China from achieving its goals, which appear very sensible given what he has outlined. His influence can be seen in President Trump’s increasingly tough policies on China, which have ushered in a new era in US-China relations.
Despite the incisive analysis provided by Pillsbury, there are a number of deficiencies in his book which largely reflect a conventional world view that nation-state behaviors are driven by public officials nominally in charge of major political, military and economic institutions.
Pillsbury shows no understanding or recognition of the existence of a Deep State and how it manipulates public officials to pass policies that promote a hidden agenda. A good example is how President Trump’s first two years in office were hamstrung by Russia collusion claims that poisoned prospects of Trump and Putin collaborating to solve major world problems. The Deep State had no intention of the US and Russia collaborating on the world scene and used compromised public officials to promote a false narrative that was aided and abetted by the mainstream media.
Most disturbing is growing evidence that the Deep State is actively assisting China in its covert efforts to lie, steal and cheat its way to technological parity with the US both on Earth and in outer space. It’s no accident that Clinton and other leading US politicians such as Joe Biden and Diane Feinstein have been accused of helping China gain access to sensitive technologies, which is precisely what the Deep State wants as QAnon has been revealing for well over a year.
Is it a good or bad thing if China continues to use unscrupulous practices to catch up to what the US military has secretly developed and deployed in space? From a Chinese national security perspective, it is entirely understandable why China is doing whatever it can to bridge a technological gap in outer space since this gap makes China vulnerable to US political and military pressure.
From the US national security perspective, China is a totalitarian communist state that is profiting from the West’s naivety in opening their economies in the forlorn hope that China will usher in democratic reforms. The danger is that as China grows into the world’s largest economy, it will use its economic clout to prop up repressive political systems that will be natural allies to its one-party totalitarian system.
China’s totalitarian system is something that the Deep State desperately wants to expand onto the world stage since a concentration of political power will be far easier to infiltrate and take over than democratic political systems with their complex system of checks and balances, as exemplified in the US.
That is why the Deep State is currently helping China bridge the technology gap with the US, and helping them develop a secret space program that rivals what the US Air Force and Navy have secretly developed. Space is where the real battle between the ruling hegemon (US) and the aspiring hegemon (China) will be determined, and where China’s plans to supplant the US as the ruling hegemon will be ultimately resolved.
A cigar shaped UFO was videotaped near Orlando Florida on Sept 12, 2019 by my confidential source JP, who I have known since 2008. The video shows a cigar shaped craft that is illuminated during the daylight. It has no apparent wings or tail, and is filmed moving away from JP who is taking the video from inside his car. It is clearly no reflection from inside the car and is not a helicopter or drone.
The YouTube video features my commentary of the original video JP sent along with a zoom of the craft. You can watch the original video along with a zoom version below. Note there has been no enhancements of the original other than the zoom feature used in the final portion of the video.
What follows is a screenshot of the cigar shaped craft in the video, along with a magnified copy as well as an auto-contrasted copy being added for comparative purposes. The zoom and contrast shows that the craft has no wings or tail section, and is emitting no contrail.
JP has been sending me photos and videos of UFOs he has witnessed near MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa and Orlando, Florida since August 2017. He has photographed flying triangle, rectangle, disk and cigar shaped antigravity craft in the vicinity of military facilities. According to JP’s information these facilities are used by a USAF secret space program that is working closely with human-looking “Nordic” extraterrestrials.
According to JP the Nordics operate both cigar and disk shaped craft which he has photographed both near MacDill AFB and in Orlando as I have discussed in previous articles that are available here and here.

A clinical study which had the effect of reverse aging nine human subjects has been announced in a news article by the prestigious science journal Nature. The result of the study provides stunning corroboration of the testimonies of multiple insiders who claim that they were age-regressed after completing 20-year tour of duties in secret space programs.
The study involved a cocktail of drugs used on nine participants, as explained in the Nature news article authored by Alison Abbot on September 5:
For one year, nine healthy volunteers took a cocktail of three common drugs — growth hormone and two diabetes medications — and on average shed 2.5 years of their biological ages, measured by analysing marks on a person’s genomes. The participants’ immune systems also showed signs of rejuvenation.
The results of the cocktail of common drugs allegedly came as a surprise:
“I’d expected to see slowing down of the clock, but not a reversal,” says geneticist Steve Horvath at the University of California, Los Angeles, who conducted the epigenetic analysis. “That felt kind of futuristic.” The findings were published on 5 September in Aging Cell.
Horvath is cited in the Nature article describing the robust results indicating age reversal had in fact taken place:
Horvath used four different epigenetic clocks to assess each patient’s biological age, and he found significant reversal for each trial participant in all of the tests. “This told me that the biological effect of the treatment was robust,” he says. What’s more, the effect persisted in the six participants who provided a final blood sample six months after stopping the trial, he says.
Previous scientific studies have commented on the use of various drugs and gene therapies used on mice and how age-reversal had occurred on various organs.
In an article published back in March 2016, I commented on how the rodent study impacted the testimonies of the first three individuals who came forward to testify that age reversal had been used on them in secret space programs: Michael Relfe (2000), Randy Cramer (2014) and Corey Goode (2015).
In my book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs (Sept 2015), I compared the testimonies of Relfe, Cramer, and Goode in terms of the drug cocktail that was used on them over a two to three-week period to age reverse them. For example, Goode said that he was given a drug cocktail while he was held immobile and unconscious, and it had the effect of age regressing him 20 years in 2007. He was then returned back in time to when he began his covert service in December 1986.
Recently, Cramer underwent a lie detector test which found no deception in his retelling of his alleged involvement in a secret space program.
Soon after my book’s publication, William Tompkins, a retired aerospace engineer, emerged and explained his involvement in the development of different drugs that could be used for age-regression in a classified project conducted by the aerospace company TRW from 1967-`1971.
In addition to Relfe, Cramer, and Goode, I have found a number of former military servicemen who believe they went through an age-reversal program at the end of a 20 year covert assignment in a secret space program. To date only one has agreed to come publicly forward – Michael Gerloff who served in the US Marine Corps and as an Army Ranger before serving as a police officer.
Gerloff’s testimony of having been recruited during USMC boot camp, has had the effect of triggering others to recall similar experiences. They have approached me with their stories but have decided to remain anonymous due to concerns over their current careers if they publicly start discussing their involvement in a 20 and back program.
At the time of the 2016 age regression study on rodents, clinical studies on humans were forecast to be years away. The news article published in Nature suggests that such studies have begun even though the September 2019 clinical study was framed to be an accidental byproduct of the experiment’s original intent.
The result of the experiment using a cocktail of three drugs is stunning validation for insiders such as William Tompkins, Corey Goode, and the growing list of others who claim they have been involved in either the development or use of age reversal drugs used in secret space programs.
Prior to his surprising death in August 2017, Tompkins says that he was told that plans had been made for age-reversal drugs to be released into the public arena. With the publication of the clinical study showing age regression on nine human subjects, it appears that we are getting much closer to the day that age reversal and other life changing technologies are released into the public arena.
In January 2017, all U.S. aircraft carriers were recalled to their home ports for unknown upgrades. There has been much speculation about what the carriers had been secretly equipped with given the growing threats posed by hypersonic cruise missiles against which the carriers appeared defenseless. The 2018 release of a Navy patent provides a compelling answer to what had happened during the recall. The carriers were secretly equipped with powerful electromagnetic “Tesla” shields that could neutralize all hypersonic and ballistic missile threats.
In January 2017, several news reports appeared describing the recall of all US aircraft carriers to home ports and how for the first time none were actively serving anywhere in the world. On December 30, 2016, a Fox News report explained:
For the next week, not only will there be no U.S. Navy aircraft carrier in the Middle East, but there will be no American aircraft carriers deployed at sea anywhere else in the world, despite a host of worldwide threats facing the United States… the absence of a deployed U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, long seen as a symbol of American power projection, is noteworthy. It is believed to be the first time since World War II that at least one U.S. aircraft carrier has not been deployed.
When the Navy was questioned by Fox News about the recall of all its aircraft carriers in the Middle East, a Navy spokesperson said:
“We are not going to discuss the timing of operational movements of carrier strike groups into and out of the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility,” said Capt. Terry Shannon, a U.S. Naval Forces Central Command spokesman, in a statement to Fox News. Centcom is tasked with control over all U.S. forces in the Middle East and Afghanistan.
The lack of explanation for the recall led to much speculation including some concluding that the recall was done to set up the US for a major false flag attack:
In what can only be described as a disproportionate appropriation of U.S. Navy assets, a blatant breach of standard protocol, and a possible set up for a false flag operation — the entire U.S. Navy aircraft carrier group, 10 active carriers, have returned to port and are now all sitting ducks.
By the end of January 2017, the Navy began redeploying its aircraft carriers and the recall was quickly forgotten. In order to understand why the aircraft carriers were recalled and what they may have been upgraded with, we need to consider the growing threat posed by cruise missiles capable of hypersonic speeds.
I first wrote about cruise missiles developed by Russia and China and sold to countries like Iran that could threaten aircraft carrier battle groups back in November 19, 2007. In an article titled: “The Neoconservative Agenda to Sacrifice the Fifth Fleet – The New Pearl Harbor,” I explained:
Iran has sufficient quantities of cruise missiles to destroy much or all of the Fifth Fleet which is within range of Iran’s mobile missile launchers strategically located along its mountainous terrain overlooking the Persian Gulf. The Bush administration is deliberately downplaying the vulnerability of the Fifth Fleet to Iran’s advanced missile technology which has been purchased from Russia and China since the late 1990’s. The most sophisticated of Iran’s cruise missiles are the ‘Sunburn’ and ‘Yakhonts’. These are missiles against which U.S. military experts conclude modern warships have no effective defense.
I further described the capabilities of the cruise missiles sold to Iran as follows:
The SS-N-22 or ‘Sunburn” has a speed of Mach 2.5 or 1500 miles an hour, uses stealth technology and has a range up to 130 miles. It contains a conventional warhead of 750 lbs that can destroy most ships. Of even greater concern is Russia’s SSN-X-26 or ‘Yakhonts’ cruise missile which has a range of 185 miles which makes all US Navy ships in the Persian Gulf vulnerable to attack. More importantly, the Yakhonts has been specifically developed for use against Carrier groups and has been sold by Russia on the international arms trade.
Over the subsequent decade, cruise missile payloads and speeds have increased to the extent that Russia has now developed missiles that can travel over five times the speed of sound. At his February 20, 2019 State of the Nation address, President Vladimir Putin public announced the existence of the first hypersonic cruise missiles, which the Pentagon determined had been under development and testing since 2015:
“This is a hypersonic missile called Tsirkon. It will have the speed of Mach 9, it has a range of 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and can hit navy or land targets.”
In December, CNBC learned that a U.S. Intelligence report had highlighted testing of the Tsirkon hypersonic system, noting that five tests had been carried out by the Russian military since 2015.
Putin has previously described Russia’s hypersonic prowess as “invincible” and accused “those who have fueled the arms race over the last 15 years” of failing to contain Russia.
China is not far beyond Russia in developing cruise missiles capable of hypersonic speeds, and currently has a number of hypersonic ballistic missiles that can be deployed against aircraft carriers. On January 2019, Elizabeth Shim from UPI reported:
China plans to deploy midrange ballistic missiles capable of destroying U.S. aircraft carriers by 2020, according to multiple state media reports.
China Times and others reported Tuesday the Dongfeng-17 is a midrange rocket that could be used to sink an entire U.S. aircraft carrier, if it is fired eight times.
The threat posed by hypersonic cruise and ballistic missiles to aircraft carriers and their support ships is well understood by senior Navy leaders and researchers. According to a March 6, 2018 news story published in The Examiner:
The era of the American aircraft carrier as the premier embodiment of military might could be ending unless the U.S. develops defenses for the next generation of highly maneuverable, super-fast hypersonic weapons under development by Russia and China, the Pentagon’s top weapons researcher said Tuesday.
Michael Griffin, undersecretary of defense for research and engineering, said China is spending billions to develop a non-nuclear version of the weapons that could render U.S. aircraft carriers vulnerable to attack.
Despite the threat posed by increasingly sophisticated and powerful hypersonic missile systems under development by major geopolitical rivals, the US Navy has nevertheless gone ahead with building and deploying a new generation of aircraft carriers beginning with the USS Gerald Ford, which is scheduled to formally begin active service in 2022.
This brings us back to the question of why did the US Navy recall all its aircraft carriers in early 2017, and forge ahead with plans to build the larger and more expensive Ford-class carriers?
For an answer, we need to review a 2018 patent awarded to a Navy scientist, Salvatore Cezar Pai, which is titled: “The High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator” (HEEMFG). In a previous article, I briefly described his patent as an electromagnetic shield. The patent’s summary describes one of the goals of the HEEMFG is to protect the Earth from potential asteroid impacts:
It is a feature of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for deflecting or destroying a large asteroid and preventing a possible collision with earth. The present invention may also deflect or destroy any other type of object.
It is the HEEMFG’s ability to “deflect or destroy” fast traveling objects which directly pertains the question of why the Navy recalled all its aircraft carriers and is moving ahead with building more Ford-class carriers:
It is a feature of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for generating an impenetrable defensive shield to Sea and Land as well as Space-based military and civilian assets, protecting these assets from such threats as Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles, Radar Evading Cruise Missiles, Top Attack for Main Battle Tanks (land and sea based systems), as well as counteracting the effects of solar-induced Coronal Mass Ejections or defending critical military satellites in an ASAT role (space based system). The development of an impenetrable electromagnetic shield to defend a target from fast traveling objects such as asteroids and missiles is very similar to ideas first proposed by the Serbian inventor Nikola Tesla back in the 1930’s, Tesla proposed an electromagnetic shield based on scalar wave principle which has been explained as follows:
Scalar Waves can be warped into a dome around objects, such as cities or houses… Such a Scalar Wave force field is generally known as a Tesla Shield, and it would be analogous to the “shields” referred to in the popular “Star Trek” series. Tesla Shields have a definite defensive application, and could not in any way be used for offensive purposes (although a platoon of soldiers charging into a Tesla Shield would be instantly disintegrated). The only defense from a blast of a Scalar Wave Howitzer would be a Tesla Shield.
The scientist behind the HEEMFG is no rogue inventor but works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) on advanced technology concepts. On two occasions, Dr. James Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, a US Navy affiliated organization, has intervened on behalf of Dr. Pais’ patent applications deeming them “operable” to skeptical patent examiners.
Brett Tingley, writing for The Drive, has given detailed commentaries on Pais’ patents, and has speculated about why the Navy wanted to make public what appeared to be technologies that would be highly classified if they worked. He speculated that the patent applications may be disinformation intended to deceive China and Russia:
[I]t’s certainly possible that these patents are part of some ongoing information campaign designed to make America’s competitors question what types of black budget research is currently underway at NAWCAD and other research organizations. With so many revolutionary new aerospace technologies on the brink of deployment, perhaps this is an attempt to essentially “weaponize” patents and sow doubt among our adversaries and even inject confusion among the American populous.
An alternative explanation offered by Tingley is that the patents are feasible and the Navy is seriously contemplating developing them based on UFO sightings such as the 2004 Tic Tac incident tracked by Navy pilots:
[M]aybe this is the Pentagon’s grasping attempt to try to make sense of and emulate mysterious and seemingly highly advanced craft that are supposedly being increasingly observed near its own aircraft, vessels, and installations. Maybe the Chinese competition claim is just a placeholder for the unknown.
There is yet another, even more compelling, explanation that Tingley did not consider. The patents are based on technologies that have already been successfully developed by the Navy in a classified program to protect current and future aircraft carriers from hypersonic weapons. After all, the Navy has a long track record in studying electromagnetic means for protecting its ships as evidenced by the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment.

Even more intriguing is recent insider and documentary evidence that the Navy has developed a secret space program that deploys kilometer long spacecraft that would almost certainly have needed such electromagnetic protection from space debris and asteroids encountered during deep space travel. It’s plausible that Tesla shields that have long been used on the Navy’s secret space program which were deployed in the early 1980’s, and this technology has recently been made available for the Navy’s conventional aircraft carriers given recent advances in hypersonic weapons development.
If Tesla shields have already been developed in a highly classified Navy space program, then it is reasonable to conclude that the HEEMG patent is based on electromagnetic shield concepts that Drs. Pais and Sheehy have been officially briefed about. The existence of Tesla shield technology provides a cogent explanation for why all aircraft carriers were mysteriously recalled in January 2017, the secret upgrades they received, and why Ford-class supercarriers are going to be built.
All this leads to the startling conclusion that U.S. Navy can protect all its aircraft carriers from hypersonic cruise and ballistic missiles using electromagnetic Tesla shields. Even more significant is the potential of such electromagnetic shields to protect entire cities and even the Earth as mentioned in the HEEMFG patent. The HEEMFG patent is cogent evidence that we are about to witness a profound military revolution from the development of offensive to defensive weapons systems where civilian populations are protected rather than sacrificed in strategic military planning.
The US Navy has for the second time in a year intervened to support a patent application for an exotic propulsion system technology lodged by one of its employees, Dr. Salvator Pais, which had been rejected by the US Patent and Trademark Office. The Drive’s Brett Tingley comprehensively examines many details of Dr. Pais’ proposed invention, and why the Navy has intervened to support two of his applications.
The first time the Navy intervened concerned Dr. Pais’ patent application for a “Hybrid Aerospace-Underwater Craft” (HUAC), which would generate a quantum vacuum (electromagnetic bubble) around the craft enabling it to move through air and water at tremendous velocities. Here’s how Tingley summarized the HUAC’s capabilities:
In the Navy’s patent application for the HUAC, it’s claimed that the radical abilities of propulsion and maneuverability are made possible thanks to an incredibly powerful electromagnetic field that essentially creates a quantum vacuum around itself that allows it to ignore aerodynamic or hydrodynamic forces and remove its own inertial mass from the equation. Thus, the ability to generate such high-frequency electromagnetic waves is key to the alleged abilities of this theoretical hybrid craft that can soar near effortlessly through air and water at incredible speeds with little to no resistance or inertia.
The HUAC application was rejected on November 28, 2017 until the Navy’s Chief Technical Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, James Sheehy, intervened on behalf of Dr. Pais, which I discussed in a previous article. The patent was eventually granted a year later on 12/4/2018.
Nevertheless, Pais’ room temperature superconductor patent was rejected under 35 U.S.C. 101 because the examiner determined “the disclosed invention is inoperative and therefore lacks utility” and that “no assertions of room-temperature superconductivity have currently been recognized or verified by the scientific community.”. That code states that patents will be granted only for “any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof.”
According to the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) code 2164.07, patents are rejected on these grounds in cases “when the examiner concludes that an application claims an invention that is non-useful, inoperative, or contradicts known scientific principles.”
Once again, Dr. Sheehy intervened and on 11/27/2018 wrote a letter to the patent examiner where he stated:
I am familiar with the above referenced patent application (and related amendment), as well as the development, usage and properties of the piezoelectricity-induced room temperature superconductor. That as a result of my education and career, I am regarded as a subject matter expert and can be considered “a person of ordinary skill in the art” in the subject matter of the above patent application.
That the invention described in the above referenced patent application is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application and the peered reviewed paper described in the Inventor Amendment.
Sheehy’s reference to the patent application as “operable and enabled” is highly significant, as observed by Tingley:
At the heart of these questions is the term “operable.” In most patent applications, applicants must assert proof of a patent’s or invention’s “enablement,” or the extent to which a patent is described in such a way that any person who is familiar with similar technologies or techniques would be able to understand it, and theoretically reproduce it.
However, in these patent documents, the inventor Salvatore Pais, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s (NAWCAD) patent attorney Mark O. Glut, and the U.S. Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Chief Technology Officer Dr. James Sheehy, all assert that these inventions are not only enabled, but operable.
In short, Pais and his employer are claiming his inventions actually work. In addition to Sheehy’s letter of support, a letter was also written on behalf of Pais by his patent attorney Mark Glut who emphasized the room temperature superconductor invention was both “operable and enabled”.
On June 6, 2019, Pais and Glut had a telephone interview with the rejecting Patent Examiner, Paul Wartalowicz. Tingley discovered through Freedom of Information Act requests that the appeal to overturn the latest rejection is ongoing.
In addition to the HUAC discussed earlier, another successful patent is the “The High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator (HEEMFG)” which is essentially an electromagnetic forcefield. The patent’s significance was explained by Tingley:
In the patent for the HEEMFG, the technology is described as being able to create what is essentially a force field straight out of science fiction, one that could generate “an impenetrable defensive shield to sea and land as well as space-based military and civilian assets, protecting these assets from such threats as Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles, Radar Evading Cruise Missiles, Top Attack for Main Battle Tanks (land and sea-based systems), as well as counteracting the effects of solar-induced Coronal Mass Ejections or defending critical military satellites in an ASAT [anti-satellite] role (space based system).
The similarity to Nikola Tesla’s electromagnetic shield is striking. Back in the 1930’s, Tesla proposed an electromagnetic shield based on scalar waves, explained as follows:
Scalar Waves can be warped into a dome around objects, such as cities or houses (publishing companies included). Such a Scalar Wave force field is generally known as a Tesla Shield, and it would be analogous to the “shields” referred to in the popular “Star Trek” series. Tesla Shields have a definite defensive application, and could not in any way be used for offensive purposes (although a platoon of soldiers charging into a Tesla Shield would be instantly disintegrated). The only defense from a blast of a Scalar Wave Howitzer would be a Tesla Shield.
To date, the patents granted to Pais have met with considerable scientific skepticism. Tingley interviewed Dr. Mark Gubrud, a physicist at the University of North Carolina, who said the following about the room temperature superconductor patent application:
Pais’s patents flow as an intimidating river of mumbo-jumbo that most trained physicists would recognize as nonsense, although many might simply disengage in confusion, and there are always some who might even be credulous. Of what, however, is hard to say, as it is not really clear what Pais is even claiming, apart from the room-temperature superconductor which, if it were true, would be huge news.
Pais deploys fairly sophisticated babble to make this sound plausible to those who know what real physics sounds like, but don’t understand much of it. Which is likely to include most patent examiners, journalists, and Pais’s own enablers in the Navy.
If the Navy has indeed managed to develop operable room temperature superconductors and electromagnetic force fields, these technologies would revolutionize warfare in ways not seen in centuries, or maybe even ever, not to mention leading to paradigm changes in civilian technology. Yet the largest question remains: if the Navy indeed possesses these technologies, or even thinks they are obtainable in the near term, why make the patents public?
Tingley ponders a number of possibilities including Pais’ patent applications being part of a sophisticated Navy disinformation campaign to throw China and other US military competitors off the track.
Among these possibilities, is one that is close to the truth based on my research into US Navy and Air Force Secret Space Programs which have been documented in two books respectively available here and here.
Tingley states:
It’s also at least worth considering that some breakthroughs in highly exotic propulsion might have been made and that the Navy is willing to invest big bucks into seeing them progress further. Maybe those advances happened many years ago and only now is the Pentagon willing to slowly disclose them.
This is precisely what I believe is happening with Pais’ patent applications. The US Navy is letting the world know about technologies that have been secretly researched and developed decades ago, and put into operation in classified space programs.
This is the reason why Pais, Sheehy and Glut all assert that the room temperature superconductor (along with Pais’ other inventions) is operable and enabled. We are being told the Navy has already developed these technologies in secret space programs, and it’s time for conventional scientists to wake up to the truth and for commercial companies to start developing these technologies for the civilian aerospace industry.
Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide/murder came as a shock to all that believed his imprisonment was an effective means of protecting him from global elites that wanted to silence him and prevent his upcoming trial from ever going forward. The shock from Epstein’s surprising death was even more palpable after the release of 2000 pages of documents on July 9 naming some of the prominent global figures implicated in the international sex ring involving minors.
Especially disturbing was that his alleged suicide/murder came only two weeks after an earlier incident where he was found unconscious after a previous apparent suicide/murder attempt on July 25. His suicide/murder has led to outrage over apparent lapses at the Metropolitan Correctional Center Manhattan, a Federal facility, that left him alone and vulnerable in the early morning hours of August 10.
Epstein’s suicide/murder throws a spanner into efforts to expose the full extent of the sex trafficking network that he helped set up, and which would have exposed many prominent individuals. Those identified as having sex with minors procured by Epstein include former President Bill Clinton; Britain’s Prince Andrew; the former Governor of New Mexico, Bill Richardson; and former US Senator/Ambassador George Mitchell.
Many are rightly incredulous that Epstein could have committed suicide or been murdered, and are seriously considering the possibility that it was all staged and he is still alive. Some believe Epstein may have been taken into protective custody by White Hats in the US military in order to reveal his secrets without being silenced. Others claim Epstein has been taken to Israel in a secret deal with the Mossad, where only a limited number of Deep State secrets will be exposed.
While rumors and unsubstantiated theories swirl over what really happened to Epstein, one of the things we know for sure is that the trial which would have provided an opportunity for state’s evidence to be presented exposing his criminal activities will never happen. The stunning disclosures of the full range of his activities that many expected to emerge in a trial may never occur.
While it is possible that key subordinates such as Ghislaine Maxwell may ultimately be arrested and brought to trial, it’s difficult to imagine that such trials would have anything near the impact of Epstein’s.
While media attention has been firmly focused on the widespread sex trafficking that Epstein was involved in with the help of Maxwell and others, there was a deeper and darker layer to his activities, which the mainstream media has avoided.
This darker layer concerns the Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) that occurred on Epstein’s private island of Little St James, which I discussed in a previous article based on what the military intelligence group QAnon has revealed. While pedophilia is the initial means by which elites are compromised by the Deep State so they can be exploited, SRA takes such exploitation to a far deeper level.
Elites that participate in SRA are fast-tracked into the most senior positions in the Deep State’s global network. This promotion system is what former Deep State insiders such as Ronald Bernard, a former successful Dutch banker, have revealed with their startling firsthand testimonies.
Bernard explained how the only way he could be promoted in the murky world of international finance, which is largely controlled by the Deep State, was to participate in the abuse of children. The thought of harming children through SRA is what led to Bernard’s emotional breakdown, separation from the Deep State, and why he later decided to come publicly forward.

In sum, the first tier of compromised global elites are those that have been caught up in the sex rings involving minors. The 2000 pages of court documents released on July 9 reveal some of the global elites that were caught up in these sex rings.
The second tier, which is far more influential, comprises elites that have participated in SRA, and risen to more senior positions in the Deep State. According to QAnon, the Rothschild family sits at the apex of this international network of Satanic worshippers and practitioners of SRA. Lynn de Rothschild has been cited by QAnon as a prominent Satanist with deep ties to Epstein, Maxwell, the Clinton family and other members of the global elite.
At this point, we need to consider how a global sex trade in minors and SRA are connected to Secret Space Programs and the existence of extraterrestrial life. In a previous article, I explained how SRA is related to the Vatican and Reptilian extraterrestrials who have great influence over the Catholic Church hierarchy.
There is also the galactic slave trade that involves the disappearance of millions of children from around the world every year as also explained previously. Most children are taken off-planet to be used as slaves, while a smaller number are recruited for SRA at elite gatherings such as regularly occurred at Epstein’s Little St James Island.

While the Deep State can deal with the exposure of its global sex trade in minors and have a few prominent individuals exposed, it will do everything possible to stop the exposure of the SRA occurring worldwide that is used to control prominent elites. In addition, the Deep State wants to hide the truth about the Reptilian extraterrestrial element in SRA, and the galactic slave trade that supplies a large pool of minors that elites can sacrifice in their SRA gatherings. These far deeper secrets are what the Deep State hopes to hide with Epstein’s murder.
The National Security Agency has responded to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request concerning direct communications between Seth Rich, a former staffer for the Democratic National Committee, and Julian Assange and/or Wikileaks. The NSA issued a “Glomar Response”, where it chose to neither confirm nor deny the requested information due to its existence or “non-existence” being “properly classified”.
The NSA response reveals that communications between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks are subject to classification laws. Their release will have major national security implications that directly impact US Russia relations, and may facilitate disclosure of suppressed secret space program technologies.
I filed the FOIA request after communicating with Ty Clevenger, Esq., who had on October 10, 2017, filed an FOIA request regarding communications between Rich and Assange, along with many other individuals. In his original FOIA letter to the NSA, Clevenger requested:
All documents, records, or communications referencing or containing communications between Seth Rich and any of the following: Julian Assange, Wikileaks, Kim Dotcom, Aaron Rich, Shawn Lucas, Kelsey Mulka, Imran Awan, Abid Awan, Jamal Awan, Hina Alvi, Rao Abbas, and/or any person or entity outside of the United States. The NSA wrote a final response to Clevenger on October 4, 2018:
Your request has been processed under the provisions of the FOIA. Fifteen documents (32 pages) responsive to your request have been reviewed by this Agency as required by the FOIA and have found to be currently and properly classified in accordance with Executive Order 13526. These documents meet the criteria for classification as set forth in Subparagraph (c) of Section 1.4 and remains classified TOP SECRET and SECRET. (pdf available here)
The Clevinger’s FOIA request and the NSA’s response was the subject of an article by Mark McCarty published by Medium.com on April 19, 2019, where he analyzed its consequences for those claiming Rich was the real source of the DNC emails being handed over to Wikileaks. Unfortunately, McCarty’s article was taken down by Medium.com and he was removed as an author from the site in what appears to be a flagrant case of censorship.
I wrote an article on April 25, 2019 commenting on the issues raised in McCarty’s article and NSA’s response to Clevinger’s FOIA request. Of particular interest was what a prominent NSA whistleblower, William Binney, had to say about the NSA’s response:
“Ty Clevenger has FOIAed information from NSA asking for any data that involved both Seth Rich and also Julian Assange.
And they responded by saying we’ve got 15 files, 32 pages, but they’re all classified in accordance with executive order 13526 covering classification, and therefore you can’t have them.
That says that NSA has records of communications between Seth Rich and Julian Assange. I mean, that’s the only business that NSA is in — copying communications between people and devices.”
In closely examining Clevinger’s request and the NSA’s response, what is left unclear is exactly who Rich was communicating with that the 15 documents (32 pages) were referring to.
This was due to the initial FOIA request by Clevinger being very broad in scope since it asked for multiple individuals that Rich was communicating with in addition to Assange/Wikileaks. Basically, the NSA’s response, as cited above, made it unclear whether the information it had concerned communications between Rich and Assange, or Rich and one of the other named parties.
In order to narrow the scope of the inquiry into Rich’s communications, I filed my own FOIA request to the NSA on April 27, 2019:
I am researching the circumstances surrounding the death of Seth Conrad Rich (“Seth Rich, born January 3, 1968), who was murdered in the District of Columbia on July 10, 2016. I request all documents, records, or correspondence referencing or containing communications between Seth Rich and Julian Assange or Wikileaks.
I received the following response by the NSA on May 1, 2019.
We have determined that the fact of the existence or non-existence of the materials you request is a currently and properly classified matter in accordance with Executive Order 13526, as set forth in Subparagraph (c) of Section 1.4. Thus, your request is denied pursuant to the first exemption of the FOIA which provides that FOIA does not apply to matters that are specifically authorized under criteria established by an Executive Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign relations and are, in fact properly classified pursuant to such Executive Order.”
Sec. 1.4. Classification Categories. Information shall not be considered for classification unless its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security in accordance with section 1.2 of this order, and it pertains to one or more of the following:
(a) military plans, weapons systems, or operations;
(b) foreign government information; (c) intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology;
(d) foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources;
(e) scientific, technological, or economic matters relating to the national security;
(f) United States Government programs for safeguarding nuclear materials or facilities;
(g) vulnerabilities or capabilities of systems, installations, infrastructures, projects, plans, or protection services relating to the national security; or
(h) the development, production, or use of weapons of mass destruction.
The NSA’s response is known as a “Glomar Response”, which is different from a regular denial of a request for official government records as explained by Nate Jones from Unredacted.com:
The Glomar Response is different than a regular FOIA denial—when an agency states that it has the records but that it will not release them. When an agency replies with a Glomar Response, it refuses even to admit that documents exist; this makes research (and the appeals process) much more difficult.
The NSA’s decision of neither confirming nor denying the existence of direct communications between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks affirms that the NSA is unwilling to directly admit such correspondence exists and makes it difficult for researchers to reach a definitive answer. Nevertheless, what the NSA’s response does reveal is that the alleged communications between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks are a matter of national security.
The NSA response is a startling admission given what has been previously learned about Rich’s role in handing over the DNC emails to Assange and Wikileaks as discussed in my previous article on Rich. Basically, we know that law enforcement sources told journalists Seymour Hersh and Sean Hannity/Fox News that Rich was the source for the DNC party email links.
In addition, Binney was part of a group of former U.S. intelligence officers that wrote a report released on July 24, 2017 explaining why it was impossible for the DNC files to have been downloaded by online hackers, and the most likely explanation was an inside source with direct access to the DNC server who leaked the files through a thumb drive:
Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computer. After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device.
The NSA’s responses to Clevinger and my FOIA requests take on even more significance given recent attempts to debunk any purported connection between Rich and Assange/Wikileaks. Michael Isikoff, writing for Yahoo News on July 9, 2019, insisted that the Russians were the real source of the leak and not Rich:
Russian government-owned media organizations RT and Sputnik repeatedly played up stories that baselessly alleged that Rich, a relatively junior-level staffer, was the source of Democratic Party emails that had been leaked to WikiLeaks. It was an idea first floated by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who on Aug. 9, 2016, announced a $20,000 reward for information about Rich’s murder, saying — somewhat cryptically — that “our sources take risks.”
Many mainstream news sources ran with Isikoff’s story which neglected to discuss Binney’s intelligence assessment, the NSA FOIA responses, and what Seymour Hersh had been told about Rich being the source for the leak. It appeared that Isikoff’s story was an attempt to get in front of a developing story stemming from Assange’s looming extradition to the US, and his expected testimony tying Rich to the DNC emails released by Wikileaks.
The conclusion that emerges from the NSA FOIA responses and what other researchers have revealed is that the Deep State has framed Russia for a domestic leak by a disgruntled DNC employee, Seth Rich. The Deep State’s purpose was to undermine Trump’s presidential campaign and his subsequent administration through concocted Russia collusion charges, and to impede meaningful cooperation between Trump and Putin on a host of global policy issues.
One of these global policy areas concerns the official disclosure of exotic aerospace technologies secretly used by the US and Russia in their respective secret space programs, which I have described elsewhere. The disclosure of such technologies could do much to resolve global security and energy problems, but would have major repercussions for the petroleum and pharmaceutical industries that are dependent on antiquated fuel and medical technologies.
What has clearly emerged since the DNC emails were leaked is that the mainstream news media, along with major social media companies such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Google, have all colluded to deceive the US and the global public over the real source of the leaked DNC emails. As the truth emerges about Rich being the true source for emails leaked by Wikileaks in 2016, the role and power of the Deep State in manipulating public opinion so brazenly for over two years is about to be exposed. This exposure will open the door for exotic technology disclosures that can revolutionize life on our planet.
The US Navy has arranged for one of its scientists to openly apply for patents of advanced technologies that are allegedly under experimental development, but according to multiple insiders have been covertly developed and used in secret space programs for decades. In four patent applications lodged since 2015, the applicant, Dr. Salvator Cezar Pais, who filed on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy as the Assignee, has proposed revolutionary inventions that use principles such as electromagnetic propulsion rather than more conventional liquid fuel propulsion.
In one application, Philip J. Bonzell, a Primary Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) believed the proposed invention of “A Craft Using an inertial Mass Reduction Device” was so outlandish and scientifically unfeasible that he rejected it on November 28, 2017.
The rejection led to an immediate appeal by a Navy attorney who provided a supporting letter dated December 15, 2017, by Dr. James Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise. Sheehy pointed out that Pais was employed by the Navy, and was currently working on proving the feasibility of the revolutionary propulsion system for a hybrid aerospace undersea craft described in the application.
Sheehy furthermore asserted that China was seriously researching similar technologies and the Navy would face high costs if the patent weren’t granted:
2…. Dr. Pais is currently funded by NAWCAD [Naval Air War Center Aircraft Division] to design a test article instrumentation to demonstrate the experimental feasibility of achieving high electromagnetic (EM) field-energy and flux values… He is currently one year into the project and has already begun a series of experiments to design and demonstrate advanced High energy Density / High Power propulsion systems.
3… If successful the realization of this result demonstrates that this patent documents the future state of the possible and moves propulsion technology beyond gas dynamic systems to field-induced propulsion based hybrid aerospace-undersea craft…
5. Based on these initial findings I would assert this will become a reality. China is already investing significantly in this area and I would prefer we hold the patent as opposed to paying forever more to use this revolutionary technology.
In the four patents granted to Dr. Pais, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, there is little data on his background. In a detailed article titled, “Docs Show Navy Got ‘UFO’ Patent Granted By Warning Of Similar Chinese Tech Advances”, the authors, Brett Tingly and Tyler Rogoway, delved into Pais’ background and found the following:
Little information can be found about Salvatore Cezar Pais; he has virtually no web presence. What is known is that he received a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1999 and that he currently works as an aerospace engineer for NAWCAD at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland – the Navy’s top aircraft test base. Pais has published several articles and presented papers at American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics conferences over the years describing his work in electromagnetic propulsion, revolutionary room temperature superconductors, and topics like his PhD dissertation: “Bubble generation under reduced gravity conditions for both co-flow and cross-flow configurations.”
One of the key observations of Tingly and Rogoway was that none of the patent applications were marked for classification, even though that was an option the Navy could easily have chosen if they wanted to maintain secrecy for national security purposes. Instead, the Pais applications ignored the option to keep the technologies secret as evidenced by his application for “A Craft Using an Inertia Mass Reduction Device” where the “Request Not Publish” option is unchecked.
If such a propulsion technology was so revolutionary and if the Navy indeed wanted to keep this technology out of others’ hands, it’s curious that they would choose to make the patent public. Maybe the Navy is signaling to its adversaries that it, too, is aware of this revolutionary capability and to whom it belongs.
Given what we know about secret space programs developed by the US Navy and Air Force respectively, electromagnetic propulsion systems have been used for decades in several crafts that operate both in space and underwater. The reason why Dr. Pais chose not to mark the patent applications secret was that senior Navy officials have decided the time had come for the disclosure of advanced electromagnetic propulsion technologies that were already in operation, rather than merely innovative proposals for future development as suggested in the patent application.
By arranging for one of its scientists to not only publicly apply for patents on revolutionary propulsion technologies, but to actually intervene when the application was turned down marks an extraordinary turn of events. The US Navy is moving forward with the disclosure process and is using the US patents system as the mechanism for the general public and scientific community awakening to the revolutionary potential of propulsion and energy storage systems using electromagnetic principles.
What adds further credence to this conclusion is the role of the Navy in leaking graphic videos of US Navy jets encountering Tic Tc shaped UFOs over the Pacific and Atlantic oceans in 2004 and 2014, and of the tradition breaking practice of allowing fighter pilots to give interviews of the encounters.
Normally, I would agree with others that these patents are likely just the Navy ensuring that when or if this technology does become available, the U.S. will be able to control it. However, these are not normal times. Thanks to To the Stars Academy (TTSA), the Department of Defense, and the media at large, not only are we now being told that Navy pilots have witnessed aircraft behaving exactly like the craft these patents describe, but some of the pilots’ visual descriptions of those anomalous aircraft even seem to be uncannily similar to the drawings of the aircraft as depicted in Pais’ patents.
The similarities between the technologies described in Pais’ patent applications and the Tic Tac UFO sightings clearly encourages speculation that the technologies proposed by Pais have already been developed, and that is what the Navy pilots have been witnessing. It’s worth repeating that Sheehy acknowledged in his appeal letter supporting Pais that the Chinese were already investing in such revolutionary technologies.
Indeed, Tingly and Rogoway speculated that Navy might be playing catch up to Chinese SSP who may be further along in the development of such technologies:
As striking as the similarity between the claimed capabilities of the hybrid craft and those of the objects described by Navy personnel, it’s still unknown whether these patents are related to the ongoing UFO revelations…. Perhaps the few pieces of footage that have trickled out over the last several years that some claim to show advanced craft could be the Navy’s way of subtly hinting that this concept actually works and is being tested in the field by either the U.S. or the Chinese. The fact that Sheehy would lean so heavily on the Chinese threat in the last bullet point of his appeal letter to the USPTO seems to suggest that the Navy may already be playing catch-up to a terrestrial foe.
I deeply doubt that the Navy is playing catch-up to what the Chinese have secret developed. Tingly and Rogoway do not appear to be aware of the many insiders who have come forward with their startling testimonies about U.S. reverse engineering programs involving captured flying saucer technologies that go back as far back as the 1940s.
The recent developments in the cases of Bob Lazar and Admiral Thomas Wilson who respectively described reverse engineering programs of captured alien technologies dating from the 1980s and 1990s, indicates how much public awareness has grown in understanding such programs.
Nor do Tingly and Rogoway appear aware of the Navy and Air Force having developed parallel secret space programs using advanced electromagnetic technologies as a result of their reverse engineering efforts. There is a great cause for optimism that Dr. Pais’ patents are part of an officially sanctioned disclosure process by the US Navy wanting previously suppressed technologies to be released into the public arena. The revolutionary potential of electromagnetic technologies for the aerospace industry is enormous. We are on the verge of witnessing the kind of rapid advances in the aerospace industry when it comes to energy storage and propulsion, which has become a norm in the telecommunications industry, thanks to microprocessor storage capacities doubling every two years.
The arrest of billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein on child sex trafficking charges threatens to unmask a far deeper layer of crimes that involved the ritualistic abuse of children on Epstein’s private island, and the many political elites that were flown there to participate. The arrest directly supports repeated claims made by the military intelligence group Q Anon that Epstein was part of a global Satanic cult that blackmailed political elites who were compromised at Epstein’s island through the sexual exploitation of children, and more serious physical abuses.
As US Federal prosecutors investigate the full extent of the crimes committed by Epstein through his child sex trafficking ring, the sinister activities that occurred on his island will receive closer scrutiny, as will the involvement of those elites that participated.
News of Epstein’s arrest was first broken by the Daily Beast, which revealed that he was to be formally charged with sex trafficking of children. On Monday, July 8, Epstein’s sealed indictment was unsealed and publicly released. It states:
As set forth herein, over the course of many hears, JEFFREY EPSTEIN, the defendant, sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at his homes in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, among other locations. Source.
In the unsealed indictment, the focus is on two of Epstein’s properties, those in Manhattan and Palm Beach. The indictment opens the door to further changes of similar sex trafficking at “other locations” including his private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands called “Little Saint James.” In addition to a mansion and guest houses, Little Saint James includes a temple-like structure, which I will discuss later (see Wikipedia).
At a press conference, prosecutors invited other victims to come forward and share their testimonies with investigators from the FBI and the Southern District of New York. The invitation is expected to open the floodgates to many new witnesses coming forward with their accounts of what they witnessed or participated in at the various residences owned by Epstein, especially his private island that was a popular retreat for elites as evidenced by flight records.
Among the first to draw attention to Epstein and the crimes being committed on his private island was the military intelligence group Q Anon. In a November 11, 2017 post, Q Anon laid out the big picture of how a Satanic cult controls social and political elites through the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors, and how Epstein’s Little Saint James was a key part of this global network.
Q began (post 133) by laying out who were the “puppet masters” atop this Satanic network and how they control more than seven trillion dollars in assets to manipulate governments and political elites through slush funds, war, and various global agreements:

The temple on Epstein’s island was situated atop a small hill on Little Saint James, and appeared to be the top level of a multilayered structure comprising tunnels and rooms situated deep beneath it, as illustrated by the following image. Q’s post alluded to the temple being part of a global network of Satanic worshippers.
By “puppet masters”, Q was referring to the Rothschild Family, the House of Saud, and the Soros Group, and asking supporters to investigate how many members of these elite families had visited Epstein’s Little Saint James.
It’s important to keep in mind that Q made the above post in November 2017, and has referred to Epstein many times since as attempting to hide the activities that occurred on his private island. In an April 3, 2018 post (#999), Q said:
Why is Epstein spending $29mm to bury the tunnels underneath is temple on Epstein Island?
Problem.
Phones were allowed in.
These people are stupid.

So even though the tunnels under the temple on Epstein’s island were being destroyed to hide evidence of Satanic ritual abuses that occurred there, Q was alluding to phones that covertly recorded what had happened through backdoor hacking tools used by the NSA. Apparently, the NSA was able to monitor and record activities inside the temple through the phones brought in by elites who never thought they would be caught.
Q’s repeated posts mentioning Epstein, and the existence of thousands of sealed indictments targeting corrupt elites/Deep State have long been examined by supporters and critics alike. Critics have vehemently attempted to debunk the existence of thousands of sealed indictments even though court records show an unusually high number of sealed Federal cases that have accrued since October 2017.
The current estimate is over 100,000 sealed cases, a significant proportion of which are sealed indictments such as Epstein’s. Another recently unsealed indictment involved Keith Raniere, founder of the sex cult, NXIM who on June 19, 2019, was found guilty of sex trafficking by a Brooklyn jury.
Many major media sources are giving Epstein’s arrest prominent coverage, but are spinning the information in a way that is damaging to the Trump administration through his current Labor Secretary, Alex Acosta, who had negotiated a sweetheart deal for Epstein under previous Federal charges brought forward in Florida. Acosta is expected to soon resign or be sacked by the Trump White House.
Presently, the mainstream news is focused firmly on child sex trafficking abuses that occurred at Epstein’s Manhattan and Palm Beach residences. Yet, Q Anon has been telling us for over 1.5 years about even more sinister abuses occurring at Epstein’s private island, and the many elites that directly participated.
Given the current charges brought against Epstein, it’s all but certain that similar sexual exploitation of children was occurring at Epstein’s Little Saint James, and this will likely lead to further charges as victims come forward identifying those who abused them. However, it’s the far more sinister Satanic ritual abuses that occurred at Epstein’s island that Q Anon is telling us to pay close attention to, since this involved elites that would subsequently be blackmailed by the “puppet masters” (Rothschilds, Saudis, and Soros).
Epstein’s arrest is not the first time that evidence has emerged of political elites being compromised through sexual liaisons with minors and/or being involved in Satanic ritual abuse. The 1992 book, The Franklin Coverup, by John DeCamp, a former State Senator for Nebraska (1971-1987), presented much evidence of such practices.
Additionally, a former Dutch banker, Ronald Bernard, has given his firsthand testimony about how the pyramid structure of the Illuminati (aka Deep State) operates, and how the progression to higher levels requires participation in Satanic ritual abuse of children.

Unfortunately, both DeCamp’s book and Bernard’s revelations were widely ignored by the mainstream media, which, as Q repeatedly tells us, is controlled by the Deep State.
As Federal investigators dig deeper into the elite figures involved in the manipulation and abuse of minors in a sex trafficking ring, there will be many more sealed indictments being publicly unsealed for upcoming arrests and trials. This will ultimately lead to the exposure of abuses that occurred at Epstein’s other residences, particularly at Little Saint James.
The unsealing of the sealed indictment against Epstein comes as a powerful vindication for what Q has been revealing for well over a year about thousands of sealed indictments secretly put in place against Deep State figures. As more sealed indictments are released to the public, we will learn about the Satanic practices that lie at the core of how the Deep State operates and is run by leading families.
In previous articles, I have shown the connections between Satanism, ruling bloodline families, extraterrestrial life, and the suppression of advanced technologies. As the collapse of the Deep State accelerates with Epstein’s arrest, we are destined to learn much about many previously kept secrets and can thank Q Anon for having been a catalyst for the events we are presently witnessing.
On July 3, 2019, a photo was released of a flying rectangle shaped UFO near the island of Maui that was taken over a year earlier, and only recently discovered by the photographer. What is remarkable about the photo is that it shows what appears to be a craft very similar to one photographed near MacDill Air Force base in October 2017, which was revealed by my Florida source, JP, to be a weapons platform used by U.S. Air Force Special Operations.
The similarity of the craft seen in the respective photos raises the intriguing possibility that the flying rectangle photographed near Maui may have been involved in the shooting down of a nuclear ballistic missile aimed at Hawaii on January 13, 2018, widely thought to have been a false missile alert.
First, here is the photo of the Maui rectangle along with an insert showing a close-up.
While driving up mount haleakala in maui i took this picture and didnt notice anything until weeks later when i was going over my vacation photos. the object was not seen live. the object was in only one frame, nothing before or after. unkown altitude but as you can see it was above the cloud line [sic].
The photo was taken on May 24, 2018, but the flying rectangle only discovered and reported by the photographer on July 3, 2019, to MUFON.
Now here is some important background for understanding the deep significance behind the 2018 Maui rectangle UFO sighting in terms of photos previously sent to me by JP.
I have known JP since 2008, and he has regularly given me updates on his multiple contact experiences with human looking extraterrestrials, along with his experiences with covert Air Force operatives who have abducted and interrogated him at classified facilities or in their antigravity spacecraft. My evaluation of him is that he is a reliable and credible source, and I have created a webpage with my articles about the photos he regularly sends me.
In October 2017, JP sent me a series of photos of a rectangle shaped UFO that he witnessed near MacDill Air Force Base, home of US Special Operations Command. He took the photos after being prompted to do so by two mysterious men he believes were covert Air Force operatives.
One set of nine photos taken on October 19, 2017, shows a rectangle shaped UFO flying together with a triangle shaped craft.
In another set of five photos taken on October 23, 2017, JP witnessed a rectangle UFO flying alone near MacDill. Both incidents involved covert operatives encouraging JP to take the photos. What follows is a short video featuring the October 23 photos and with some close-ups.
In one of the October 2017 incidents, JP recalls having been taken aboard the flying rectangle where he saw personnel wearing the patches of Air Force Special Operations. He says that during his visit to the flying rectangle, he was in a corridor where he could peer outside and saw many instrument panels. He later speculated that these were part the craft’s weapons control system.
JP’s experience matched other insider accounts that flying rectangles are heavily armed weapons platforms used by a secret space program run by the Air Force, Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. Corey Goode, a prominent Secret Space Program insider, had the following to say about the weapons systems of flying rectangles:
I think similar platforms or UFOs have been reported in the 80s and 90s as they were first building out of these platforms that have modular weapons and personnel delivery systems or configurations. They were built up on that superstructure type frame a long time ago and they been on improved upon since but these are pretty old technologies both the TR 3B and the square platform.
JP recalled his experience aboard the rectangle craft only after he photographed it as a result of being prompted by the two Air Force covert operatives. After being prompted and taking the photos, he then remembered being just taken aboard the craft as his head gradually cleared from a daze after receiving an injection during the abduction.
In my earlier analysis of JP’s photos and his eyewitness testimony, I concluded that the flying rectangle is a weapons platform used by Air Force Special Operations that can be deployed in the upper atmosphere and in Earth orbit.
The similarity between the flying rectangles photographed by JP in October 2017, with the UFO photographed near Maui on May 24, 2018, is remarkable. Here is a side by side comparison of the Maui photo with what was photographed by JP on October 19 and 23.
What lends great significance to the Maui photo is that it was taken four months after the alleged “false ballistic missile alert” for Hawaii issued on January 13, 2018.
Remarkably, the military intelligence group QAnon, appeared to have given a warning of an impending false flag attack involving a “Defcon 1” scenario in a series of posts beginning on January 7, 2018, only six days before the Hawaii alert.
What my research revealed was that the ballistic missile alert was not a false alarm at all, but was instead a false flag attack intended to start World War III by framing North Korea. What stopped the false flag attack was the US Air Force Secret Space Program (SSP), which had recently undergone a dramatic change in attitude, policies, and leadership, the genesis of which I discuss in great detail in my 2019 book.
There were multiple witnesses of something being shot down on the morning of January 13, 2018, near Maui. The US Coast Guard subsequently spent the next week scouring the ocean for debris of what had been shot down as Maui boat captains have confidentially reported to me and others.
These witness reports, along with the testimonies of multiple whistleblowers all support the conclusion that a nuclear ballistic missile was shot down by White Hats within the US military opposed to a Deep State effort to covertly start another world war.
The false flag attack occurred in January 2018, and four months later a flying rectangle is accidentally photographed near the island of Maui. Given the photos and testimony of JP, it appears that a flying rectangle used as a weapons platform by Air Force Special Operations was being secretly deployed near the Hawaiian islands during the critical months after the attack. If so, it may have been also directly involved in neutralizing the January 13 false flag attack on Hawaii.
Synchronistically, a day after the release of the Maui flying rectangle photo, President Donald Trump declared at the July 4 Independence Day celebration that Space Force was soon to be created as the sixth branch of the US military.
It is highly likely that soon after the formal inauguration of Space Force, and its incorporation of classified space units manned by Air Force Special Operations, that some of its secret arsenal of antigravity vehicles will be revealed to the general public.
In a future July 4 celebration, perhaps as early 2020, flying rectangles may be among the highlights of the air show as they drop down from space directly over the Washington Mall. Included among the flying rectangle craft may be the one that was photographed near Maui in 2018, and which may have also been involved in shooting down a ballistic nuclear missile attack on Hawaii that was intended to start World War III.
President Trump and members of the US Congress have recently received briefings about US Navy pilot sightings of UFOs. When combined with the Pentagon acknowledging that it had created a classified program to study the UFOs from 2007 to 2012 with Congressional funding, the briefings are leading to increasing speculation on whether we are on the verge of official disclosure on UFOs and their true origin.
Furthermore, the briefings are occurring at the same time as legislation for the creation of a Space Force is making steady progress through Congress. This raises the intriguing question of whether Trump and members of Congress have been told Space Force is necessary to deal with UFOs being sighted by the Navy pilots which are being viewed by the Pentagon as a potential threat.
In an interview with ABC TV host, George Stephanopoulos, President Donald Trump admitted that he received a briefing about UFO sightings by US Navy pilots that occurred in 2004 and 2015. In a June 15 story titled: “Trump briefed on Navy UFO sightings,” Politico’s Matthew Choi wrote about what Trump told Stephanopoulos:
“I want them to think whatever they think,” Trump said of the Navy pilots. “I did have one very brief meeting on it. But people are saying they’re seeing UFOs. Do I believe it? Not particularly.”
Trump was here acknowledging that he doesn’t believe in UFOs, which has the connotation of being an extraterrestrial piloted spacecraft. Reading between the lines here, Trump is hinting that what the Navy pilots saw were not UFOs but something else that he and the Pentagon knew the answer to.
When asked the question of whether he knew of an extraterrestrial connection to the sightings, he told Stephanopoulos:
“I think our great pilots would know. And some of them see things a little bit different from the past. … We’re watching, and you’ll be the first to know.”
Trump appeared to be deflecting from what he really knew about the alien connection, but one thing he emphasized was that his administration is paying attention to what the Navy pilots have been reporting. Again, reading between the lines, Trump is saying that his administration is actively seeking answers to the UFO phenomenon, and when he finds out, he will relay this to Stephanopoulos and the general public.
A few days later on June 19, Politico ran a story where it discussed three US Senators that had also received classified briefings on the UFO sightings by Navy pilots. In “Senators briefed on Navy UFO sightings”, Bryan Bender wrote:
Three more U.S. senators received a classified Pentagon briefing on Wednesday about a series of reported encounters by the Navy with unidentified aircraft, according to congressional and military officials — part of a growing number of requests from members of key oversight committees.
One of them was Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, whose office confirmed the briefing to POLITICO.
“If naval pilots are running into unexplained interference in the air, that’s a safety concern Senator Warner believes we need to get to the bottom of,” his spokesperson, Rachel Cohen, said in a statement.
Justifying their interest in the Navy pilot sightings as a “safety concern” is a convenient way for members of Congress to take an active interest in UFO reports, which have been officially dismissed and ridiculed for decades. This official policy goes back to 1953 when a CIA sponsored panel of scientists gave a damming report on UFO sightings that recommended a public education program to dismiss and ridicule UFO (aka flying saucer) sightings on national security grounds.
Ever since then UFO sightings have been reported by the mainstream press in a way that often mocks and ridicules the subject matter. What is very unusual today is that serving Navy pilots are given permission to talk about their sightings, and the press is giving their accounts serious attention in articles without any ridicule factor.
This is amply demonstrated in the many mainstream news stories that appeared after the New York Times and Politicoran simultaneous articles about the Navy pilot UFO sightings back on December 16, 2017. Both newspapers discussed the pilots’ UFO sightings, leaked videos of the UFOs recorded by their planes instruments, and the connection of the sightings to the establishment of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) back in 2007 with Congressional funding of $22 million.
All this coincides with the formation of Space Force as a sixth branch of the US military, which is currently being debated by both houses of Congress. In the last few weeks, two Congressional defense committees have approved the passage of bills authorizing the creation of Space Force. It will take another month or two for both the House of Representatives and Senate to pass their respective bills, and to then resolve differences in language and priorities between the two versions for their inclusion into the National Defense Authorization Act for 2020.
One thing is becoming very clear, Space Force enjoys genuine bipartisan support in Congress, and this appears to be a result of the current media and Congressional interest in UFOs generated by Navy pilot reports and Pentagon disclosures about its AATIP program. Was Senator Warner, a Democrat, told by his Pentagon briefers that the UFOs sighted by the pilots were an unknown threat, and this is why Space Force is necessary?
A few weeks earlier, Senator Ted Cruz spoke about Space Force being necessary to deal with space pirates. He was not talking about extraterrestrial visitors, but rogue elements from different countries or corporations that could challenge US supremacy in space.
It’s not coincidental that members of Congress are being briefed about Navy pilot reports of UFOs that led to the Pentagon setting up its AATIP program in 2007. They are being told that UFOs are an unknown threat, at the same time as the Trump Administration and the Pentagon are pushing for the establishment of Space Force.
It’s widely expected that Space Force will be officially created and set up under the Department of Air Force in 2020, mirroring the relationship between the Department of the Navy and the US Marine Corps. After its official launch, the stage will be set for the Air Force to unveil the classified space technologies it has been covertly developing for decades in a secret space program, which is described in detail in my newly released book, US Air Force Secret Space Program: Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force.
Official disclosure is likely to unfold in different stages. The first will be that many UFO sightings involve classified technologies developed by the USAF, along with similar aerospace technologies developed by Russia and China. Disclosure of an Air Force secret space program will be an optimal way of surprising the US public with news about the different sized and shaped antigravity vehicles that have been deployed for several decades now.
The second stage of disclosure likely involves future announcements involving the capture and reverse engineering of non-terrestrial technologies that date back to the 1940s, as also described in the US Air Force Secret Space Program.
A sure sign of what lies ahead is a leaked document about Vice Admiral Tom Wilson, former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, being denied access back in 1997 to a classified corporate program involving the reverse engineering of non-human made advanced technologies.
The leaked document identifies several scientists and former military officials who could be summoned before Congress to testify about their knowledge of such a reverse engineering program. Indeed the Pentagon official in charge of the AATIP program from 2007 to 2017, Luis Elizondo, gave an interview on Tucker Carlson on May 31 admitting that some UFO technologies had been retrieved and were being studied by the US government.
Carlson: Do you believe, based on your decade of serving in the US government on this question that the US government has in its possession any material from one of these aircraft?
Elizondo: I do. Yes.
Carlson: Do you think the US government has debris from a UFO in its possession right now?
Elizondo: Unfortunately Tucker I really have to be careful of my NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement], I really can’t go into a lot of more detail than that …

Elizondo: But, ah, simply put, yes.

This would set in place a means by which the Pentagon and the Trump Administration could reveal how retrieved non-terrestrial technologies were used for the USAF for the research and development of advanced aerospace technologies using antigravity, torsion field and other exotic propulsion systems.
Finally, after Space Force has been created and its arsenal of antigravity spacecraft inherited from the USAF is publicly revealed, the truth about some of the extraterrestrials currently visiting our world can be announced. Extraterrestrial disclosure can be done in a way that does not undermine public confidence over the US and other national governments being able to defend their populations against any possible hostile extraterrestrial actions.
The widespread media attention given to US Navy pilot reports, the association of the UFOs with the AATIP program, and Congressional passage of legislation establishing Space Force are all sure signs of major disclosures that lie ahead.
There are several important conclusions from Admiral Thomas Wilson’s failed efforts to learn about and gain access to a classified UFO program that involved a clandestine corporate effort to reverse engineering a retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft as described in the leaked 15 page document received by Canadian UFO research Grant Cameron in November 2018, and uploaded to the internet on April 19, 2019.
First, Wilson’s failure to gain access to the classified UFO program described in parts one & two of this series confirms one of Dr. Steven Greer’s major contentions that senior military officials are out of the loop when it comes to UFOs, despite the obvious national security implications they carry. The “bigot list” mentioned by Wilson in his conversation with Dr. Eric Davis about who was granted “need to know” access to the program, was dominated by corporate employees, with only a few Pentagon officials being briefed, and no one from the Executive and Legislative branches of government.
This is very surprising given the clear national security implications about UFOs due to the advanced technologies they possess, and the possibility that these could be or had been weaponized by foreign nations. A few years later this was the rationale for the creation of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) in 2007 with Congressional funding of $22 milliion. Significantly, some of the principal figures involved in the Wilson UFO briefing, e.g., Dr. Eric Davis, were also involved in the AATIP program.
A second conclusion is that corporations have been given an inordinate amount of power when it comes to deciding who gains access to the category of unacknowledged/waived SAPs that involved the study of retrieved extraterrestrial technologies. The corporate “watch committee” described in part two, bluntly turned down Wilson’s request for access.
What really surprised Admiral Wilson, however, was that the Pentagon’s Senior Review Group running the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) also turned his request for access down, despite him being DIA Deputy Director, and Vice Director for Intelligence (V-J2) for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. All this is very telling about the power of corporations when it comes to who is really in charge of the research and development of extraterrestrial related technologies.
Another conclusion is that Wilson’s testimony provides powerful support for the existence of a UFO cabal/control group running extraterrestrial related projects in a way that escapes conventional government and military oversight. Leaked documents going back to September 1947 have referred to this control group as Operation Majestic 12/MAJIC 12/MJ-12.
Admiral Wilson’s experiences is telling us that the UFO control group is very real and exercises great power through its ability to restrict “need to know” access to whom it chooses regardless of an official’s constitutionally backed duties and positions. While it has long been known that US presidents and members of Congress were routinely cut out of the loop of such UFO related projects, it is was not known that this was occurring to senior Pentagon officials until the 1997 Wilson briefing.
Fourth, who leaked the 15 page document to UFO researcher Grant Cameron in November 2018? Was it one or more “white hats” wanting the disclosure process to move forward by leaking one of the most important UFO documents ever to publicly emerge as contended by UFO historian Richard Dolan describing it as the “UFO leak of the century”? Alternatively, was the leaking part of a limited hangout promoting Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy through the involvement of figures such as Dr. Eric Davis as contended by Kerry Cassidy from Project Camelot?
Dolan addressed these questions in a blog post (insert video) published on June 15. He pointed out that Cameron’s source for the document is an Australian space/UFO enthusiast, James Rigney. In a Q and A with Dolan, Rigby wrote:
It is unlikely that these documents would ever have found their way to anyone within the UFO community were in not that for the fact that for number of years I was very active in the ‘Space’ community, belonging to an organization in Australia and making frequent trips to the US to attend conferences and other events. Along the way I was fortunate to make acquaintance in the US with several people in the US who knew of my interest in, knowledge of, and credible approach to the UFO/UAP phenomena, as well as my passive and occasional involvement in the UFO community.
The events that lead me to obtaining the documents were strangely the result of this strange and unlikely intersection between the usually incompatible Space & UFO fields….
Over a period of a couple of years, I gained [the] trust of these people to a point where I was invited to look over some documents, copy what I wanted, and get them into the right hands if I thought that was appropriate. Certainly there was no intrigue or ‘smoking gun’ type discussions at the time.
Digby was here confirming that the document’s original source was an individual connected to the US Space community who provided the document to him a few years ago. There is growing speculation that the leaked 15 page document came from the files of the deceased Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell. If so, who gave the document to Mitchell? The most likely source is Dr. Davis given his direct role in recording/summarizing the meeting with Admiral Wilson, but as mentioned in part 1, Davis had no comment on the 15 page document when I contacted him by email.
Tracking the ultimate source for the leaked document is very relevant given present circumstances surrounding topics concerning space and UFOs. The fact that the 15 page document was publicly uploaded on April 19 is significant given recent public interest over Navy pilots reporting UFO incidents, and the creation of a Space Force, as a new branch of the US military, which takes me to my last conclusion.
Finally, the three corporate officials in the “watch committee” that denied access to the classified program, claimed that the reverse engineering of the extraterrestrial vehicle was very slow, and little progress had been made over the years. Were they telling the truth or providing a cover story for successfully reverse engineered extraterrestrial technologies, which had been covertly deployed in a corporate run secret space program that was kept away from the prying eyes of the DIA and Joint Chiefs of Staff?
In the US Air Force Secret Space Program, I describe how differently sized and shaped antigravity vehicles were successfully reverse engineered by corporate contractors, including Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks division, and began to be deployed in the 1970s and 1980s by the USAF. This suggests that there are many Unacknowledged SAPs that involve the research, development, and deployment of antigravity spacecraft by different military services and corporate contractors.
There is no indication in the leaked 15-page document over whether Admiral Wilson was aware of secret space programs runs by the USAF and the US Navy. He merely expressed his surprise that the UFO program that Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell pointed out to him, which he was unaware of, involved a retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft.
It’s quite possible that Wilson was aware of military-run space programs but simply had not been briefed about the specific reverse engineering program that was being run by the corporate contractor for unknown purposes, one of which involved a corporate run secret space program.
It’s perhaps not coincidental that the leaked transcript and summary of Admiral Wilson and Dr. Davis 2002 conversation emerges as Space Force is about to be formally launched. The US Congress is poised to pass legislation authorizing the creation of Space Force as a separate branch of the US military under the authority of the Department of the US Air Force.
The emergence of Space Force will ultimately address many of the questions and issues raised by Admiral Wilson’s investigation of the corporate reverse engineering program back in 1997, and the secret construction of antigravity spacecraft by multiple corporate contractors for the US military or other unknown customers.
Space Force will also provide a powerful institutional foundation for disclosing many secrets concerning antigravity technology, alien life, the reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technologies, and secret space programs. The leak of the Wilson Davis conversation comes at a propitious time for the disclosure process to move forward, and Space Force is the most likely institutional catalyst for all to be revealed.
[Cont. from Part 1] In the transcript/summary of a 2002 conversation between Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson and Dr. Eric Davis it was revealed that a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle was being reverse engineered by a major aerospace company. Wilson first learned about the classified UFO program through a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) document shared with him at a confidential April 10, 1997 meeting with Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and Navy Commander Willard Miller.
The recently released transcript describes what Admiral Wilson [TW] told Dr. Davis [EWD] about Wilson’s efforts up to June 1997 to learn the truth about the classified UFO program, and the associated reverse engineering effort revealed to him in the April meeting.
EWD: Okay then, what happened in April-June ’97?
TW: After parting with Miller (week later, he thinks) – I made calls, knocked on a few doors, talked to people – went on for 45 days (thereabouts) on and off
Suggestion came from Ward (Gen. M. Ward) to go through the records groups files (like an index system) in OUSDAT (Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology)
Ran into Bill Perry in May ’97 – talked about this quietly – he suggested the same thing
They told me of a special projects record group not belonging to usual SAP – a special subset of the unacknowledged/carve-outs/waived programs – not belonging to usual SAP divisions as organized in ’94 by Perry himself – set apart from rest but buried/covered by conventional SAPs. (Transcript/Summary, pp. 6-7)
Wilson was here referring to different categories of Special Access Programs (SAPs), where the most important – unacknowledged/carve-outs/waived – were hidden behind conventional SAPs.
The method of hiding the most highly classified programs behind less classified ones was verified in one of the NSA documents leaked by Edward Snowden called Sentry Eagle. It graphically depicted how Exceptionally Compartmented Information (ECI – an Intelligence Community classification similar to an Unacknowledged SAP used by the Pentagon) would be hidden behind a Non-ECI Program (similar classification status to a conventional SAP)
Wilson went on to describe the aerospace company that ran the classified reverse engineering effort, without naming it:
EWD: Who was the project contractor or USG agency that runs the program?
TW: An aerospace technology contractor – one of the top ones in US
EWD: Who?
TW: Core secret – can’t tell
EWD: Defense contractor?
TW: Yes, the best one of them.
The reference to the “best one of them” firmly points to Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks division which has a long track record of successfully working on cutting edge aerospace programs. For example, Skunkworks former Director, Ben Rich, was fond of ending lectures by declaring: “We now have the technology to take ET home”.
Wilson then explained what happened when he discovered which company was running the classified UFO program and contacted it to gain access:
EWD: What happened with you found contractor?
TW: I made several calls (end of May ’97), first to Paul, Mike & Perry to confirm I had right contractor and program manager to talk to.
EWD: They confirm?
TW: Yes.
EWD: Then?
TW: (End of May ’97) Made three calls to the program manager – one of them conference call with security director and corporate attorney.
Confusion on their part at to why I was looking for them and what I wanted from them or wanted to know about.
Wilson next explains how he was denied access to the classified UFO program by the three corporate officials (program manager, security director, and attorney):
TW: I told threesome I wanted formal briefing, tour, etc. – was exploiting my regulatory authority as Deputy Director DIA/Assistant Joint Chief of Staff J-2 – Told them my not being briefed was oversight they needed to correct – I demanded!
TW: They needed to discuss this (his demand) so hung up. Got called 2 days later and they said they don’t want to talk on phone and arranged for face-to-face meeting at their facility.
EWD: Did you go?
TW: Yes, ten days later (mid-June or so). Flew out there
Met in their conference room in their secure vault
Wilson describes how the “watch committee” told him about a prior incident years ago where the present security system was set up after an agreement was reached with the Pentagon’s Special Access Programs Oversight Committee (SAPOC), which was overhauled in 1994, very likely due to the incident Wilson was told about. The agreement gave the corporate contractor running certain categories of SAPs the authority to restrict access to UFO related programs from Pentagon officials regardless of their rank and position:
– [TW] Said after that episode a formal agreement was struck with Pentagon people (SAPOC) to prevent this in future – didn’t want a repeat
– Special criteria were established in agreement
A special circumstance that must meet rigorous access criteria set by contractor committee
No USG personnel are to gain access unless they met the criteria – to be administered by contractor committee (program director, attorney, security director) irregardless of the tickets and position USG personnel possess
The “watch committee” told Admiral Wilson that despite him being Deputy Director of the DIA and Vice Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, that he was not on the “bigot list” – those with a “need to know” access – who could be briefed about the UFO program:
TW: They said my tickets were all confirmed and valid, but I was not on the bigot list
My tickets alone were not enough
I didn’t meet the special criteria so need to know authorization was not being granted….
TW: Argued more – they wouldn’t accept my arguments that they fell under my statutory oversight and regulatory authority as Deputy Director DIA – under purview for my right to have need to know (oversight, audit, justification issues, etc., etc.)
Regulatory and statutory authority as Deputy Director DIA not relevant or pertinent to nature of their program!
Then they pulled out their bigot list to convince me otherwise – several pages long – dated 1990, updated 1993. [Transcript/Summary, pp. 11-12]
The transcription goes on to cover Wilson and Davis’ conversation about names on the bigot list, and who in the Pentagon and White House was allowed access:
EWD: Who was on it? Recognize names?
TW: That is core secret.
Willing to say that most were program employees – names and titles (job titles) – civilians – didn’t recognize any military personnel – could be there.
EWD: Any politicians?
TW: No
No White House names, no President!
No Congressional people
No Congressional staffers
EDW: Any in Clinton or Bush Sr. Administrations?
TW: No! But handful of names were Pentagon individuals I recognized – few from OUSDAT, one from another department, another at the NSC who is Pentagon SES employee. [Transcript/Summary, p. 12]
Stunningly, Wilson learned that no members of the Legislative (Congress) or Executive (White House) branches of government were briefed about the corporate UFO program. Only a few Pentagon officials were given access. This corroborates what Greer and others have been claiming for decades over the unconstitutional nature of the secrecy system developed for the UFO issue.
Next, the transcript elaborates on how Wilson tried to gain access by identifying the type of program that was underway attempting to link it to his official field of responsibility as Deputy Director DIA:
Finally, Wilson was told that the UFO program was a reverse engineering program of a recovered extraterrestrial vehicle, exactly what Greer, Mitchell, and Miller, had told him at the April 10, 1997 meeting. Importantly, Wilson expressed his surprise thinking that the UFO term was merely a cover for acquired foreign aerospace technology built by the USSR or China:
I asked what they were then

EWD: Say what?
TW: There were a reverse engineering program –
Something recovered years ago in the past
Technological hardware was recovered
So I thought they meant recovered Soviet/Chinese, etc. hardware and reverse engineer it – like a missile or intel platform or aircraft – actually came to meeting expecting to find a sensitive foreign collection and reverse engineering operation – thought “UFOs” used as a cover for that –
So I said that and they said they weren’t that either
They had (program manager talking) a craft – an intact craft they believed could fly …
Program manager said they didn’t know where it was from [they had some ideas on this] – it was technology that was not of this Earth – not made by man – not by human hands [Transcript/Summary, pp. 12-13]
Wilson next described that he was told the corporation had encountered great difficulty in its reverse engineering efforts:
[TW] Said they were trying to understand and exploit technology: their program was going on for years and years with very slow progress
Agonizingly slow with little or no success – painful lack of collaboration to get help from outside community of experts and facilities to assist effort – must remain isolated and use own facilities and cleared personnel – tough environment to work – about 400-800 (bigot list count) workers varying in number funding or personnel changes. When Wilson threatened to go to the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) he was told to go ahead by the corporate “watch committee” and was eventually denied access by the Senior Review Group running SAPOC Pentagon committee set up to oversee Special Access Programs:
TW: Before last week of June (’97)
They told me (TW) that they were sustaining the contractor, that I was to immediately drop the matter and let it go – forget about it as I did not have purview over their project, it didn’t fall within my oversight, etc.
I became very angry – started yelling when should have kept my mouth shut…
… Senior Review Group chairman said if I didn’t follower their suggestion that I would not see Director DIA promotion, get early retirement, lose 1 or 2 stars along the way
Really incredibly angry – upset over this – livid!!!
Why such a big deal over this considering the position of trust I have in the Pentagon – I do have relevant regulatory/statutory authority over their program – that’s my position!!! [Transcript/Summary, p. 14]
The refusal to grant access was the critical moment that Wilson realized that the corporation was being supported by a powerful group linked to the Pentagon to hide the corporation’s reverse engineering of an extraterrestrial spacecraft, as an Unacknowledged/waived SAP, hidden within the labyrinth of conventional SAPs conducted by the Pentagon and its corporate contractors.
The refusal was ultimately why Wilson believed that a UFO cabal/ MJ-12 was in charge of UFO related projects, and even senior officials at the DIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff were out of the loop. This is what he told Commander Miller back in June 1997, who in turn relayed Wilson’s conclusions to Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell who respectively revealed more details over the next two decades.
The transcript of a conversation between a US Navy Vice Admiral and a leading scientist discussing a failed attempt to gain access to a highly classified program involving a crashed extraterrestrial craft has been recently released online. The conversation took place on October 16, 2002, and involved the retired Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, speaking with Dr. Eric W. Davis, a scientist working on the feasibility of exotic propulsion systems with EarthTech International, an advanced technology think tank established in Austin, Texas.
In the 15 page document comprising the transcript, summary notes and an accompanying letter, Davis describes what Wilson told him about an April 10, 1997 “briefing” where he (Wilson) received information from former Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Dr. Steven Greer (founder of the Disclosure Project) about a classified UFO program that they had codeword information about. At the time, Wilson was a Rear Admiral (upper class); Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency; and Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2), for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a position he held from November 1994 to September 1997.
When Wilson inquired into the program’s existence from a regulatory body created for Special Access Programs, he learned it involved a corporate Research and Development effort involving a retrieved extraterrestrial craft but was denied access by three corporate officials working for a major US aerospace contractor.
The 1997 briefing was first publicly discussed by Greer and his associate Shari Adamiak only a month after it occurred and was corroborated by Mitchell over a decade later. In a May 1997 interview with Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM Greer said:
Joint Chiefs of staff level fellow that I briefed while I was in Washington about a month ago … After he looked at all this and heard the witness, he turned to us and said: ‘Well I have no doubt this is true but I am horrified that I hadn’t known about it’…Because of his position. And very, very senior … I can’t say who it was but a very, very senior position…And then they begin to come to grips with well: ‘Who the hell does know about it, what is going on here?’ And then they become frighten[ed].
Years later, Greer released a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) document containing code words and locations that sparked Wilson’s failed attempt to gain access to the classified UFO program. In a workshop Greer explained the NRO document’s contents and what happened when Wilson investigated it:
“It’s the National Reconnaissance Office document. …..The reason it’s important is not so much for its content… ….. Take note of the distribution list, please. ….. …….’Blue Fire’, which is a code name, 1991, Commander’s Net, Royal Op’s, Cosmic Op’s…so, cosmic clearance…you’ve heard of this? It’s not a myth. It’s real. Maj Op’s, MAJI…It’s MAJIC Op’s. It goes through a whole bunch of them…Nellis Division, all these code numbers and you get down to some really interesting things. … this secret document went to the admiral [Admiral Tom Wilson] prior to our meeting, and he actually recognized one of these entities and made an inquiry, and it was being run by a contractor. ….. And the contractor…one of these corporate contractors…when he called them up, he said, ‘I’m Admiral Tom Wilson…at that time he was Head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff… I want to be read into this project.’ Guess what happened? They said, ‘Sir, you don’t have a need to know.’ This is the guy who’s supposed to give the intelligence briefings for the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States. He was told, ‘You don’t have a need to know’… and Admiral Wilson said, ‘Goddamn it, if I don’t have a need to know, who does?’ They said, ‘Sir, we cannot discuss this with you further’ and they hung up and blocked his line. This all happened before the stand-up meeting I did for [him with] Edgar Mitchell…6th man to walk on the moon…myself, my military adviser, and a few other people met with the Admiral in what’s called a ‘stand-up’ briefing. I was doing the presenting. It was supposed to be 45 minutes.
In 2007 Mitchell began publicly confirming that the briefing had indeed taken place, corroborating what Greer had revealed a decade earlier.
A detailed chronology of articles and interviews referring to the 1997 Wilson briefing is provided by Croatian UFO researcher Giuliano Marinkovic.
The transcript of the 2002 conversation between Wilson and Davis was first discussed in radio interviews by UFO researchers Grant Cameron and Richard Dolan in December 2018. Cameron said he was given the 15 page document, which he shared with Michael W. Hall a former lawyer and Superior Court judge. Hall has given several interviews in March 2019 discussing the document’s origins and authenticity.
Cameron, Dolan, and Hall believe the document is authentic, and its consistency with what Greer and Mitchell had earlier revealed does point to this. I contacted Dr. Eric Davis to comment on the document’s authenticity, and he replied saying: “I have no comment on this.” If the document was a hoax, I see no reason why Dr. Davis would not have said so.
All this leads me to conclude that the document is an authentic transcript of what Dr. Davis and Admiral Wilson discussed back in 2002 about the April 1997 meeting and Wilson’s subsequent investigation. The transcript was very recently released online and are available for public viewing.
The transcript, summary notes, and accompanying letter provide compelling documentary support that the 1997 briefing had occurred, exactly as Greer and Mitchell had reported up to two decades earlier. Importantly, the notes substantiate one of Greer’s major claims that he was regularly briefing senior officials in the Clinton Administration about the UFO coverup – something many UFO researchers had previously dismissed or ridiculed.
The transcript provides a fascinating insight into how a US Navy admiral who was Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2), for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, was denied access by corporate officials to a classified UFO program, which he firmly believed fell under his field of responsibility.
The briefing and unsuccessful investigation did not negatively impact Wilson’s career. Two years later, in May 1999, Wilson was promoted to Vice Admiral and became the 13th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), a position he served in until July 2002.
Three months after his retirement, Wilson met with Davis to discuss the 1997 meeting and its aftermath. In the transcript, we learn about Wilson’s perspective on what had happened.
Presumably, the recording and transcription of Wilson and Davis’ conversation were intended for a small audience at EarthTech International, founded by Dr. Hal Puthoff, which was studying exotic propulsion systems, and releasing feasibility studies of them to interested scientists and journals.
In 2009, Davis and EarthTech included some of these exotic propulsion feasibility studies as Defense Intelligence Reference Documents, two of which were first leaked online in December 2017 by Corey Goode who says a confidential DIA source gave him them.
In the transcript, Davis (EWD) describes how Wilson (TW) began by confirming that the April 1997 meeting did take place and involved Greer, Mitchell, and US Naval Reserve Commander Willard H. Miller, who was Greer’s top military advisor.
Miller played a critical role in the various “UFO briefings” Greer gave senior officials and politicians during the Clinton administration:
TW: Confirmed Greer/Miller/Mitchell gave talk in Pentagon Conference room. Adm Mike Crawford, Gen. Pat Hughes (Hughes his boss) were present (others too.) Date April “97. (Ed Mitchell said 4/9/947.) After group broke up, Miller/Wilson talked (privately) 2 hours on UFOs, MJ-12, Roswell, crashed UFOs/alien bodies, etc. TW intrigued – knew about intelligence on US mil/intel UFO close encounters – and foreign gov’t encounters. Seen records. Told Miller. [Transcript/Summary p. 1]
Wilson was here acknowledging that the serving Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lt. General Pat Hughes, also sat in on the meeting. After the meeting broke up, Miller and Wilson continued to discuss issues that had been raised:
TW: Yes, Miller asked the question on MJ-12/UFO cabal – crashed UFO. Confirmed he called Miller ca. late June ’97 and told that he/Miller was right – there is such an organization in existence. [Transcript/Summary p. 1]
Wilson was here acknowledging that after being informed about the existence of the classified UFO program by Greer and Mitchell in April 1997, he had inquired into the program’s existence, and discovered that MJ-12 was real and that there indeed was a UFO cabal running classified operations involving crashed UFOs. This accounted for why Admiral Wilson later failed to gain access to the crashed UFO program, as explained later in Davis’ summary notes.
Miller subsequently told Greer and Mitchell about what Wilson had revealed to him in June 1997, after he [Wilson] was denied access to the classified program that Greer and Mitchell had told him about earlier in April. Admiral Wilson [TW] was furious that Miller had told Greer and Mitchel about Wilson’s failure to access it, as Davis’ [EWD] transcript make clear:
TW: Very furious – very angry about Miller (facial expression tense, angry voice)
Violated personal and professional trust – especially among intelligence colleagues/Navy officers
There’s Navy camaraderie among officers – brotherhood
Violated that and confidentiality
EWD: How?
TW: Miller told Greer their conversation
Who knows whom else he and Greer told. (EWD note – Miller told Ed Mitchell who only told me in 1999)
The significance of all this is that Admiral Wilson did not want the details of what he learned during his investigation of the classified program that Greer and Mitchell had first brought to his attention becoming public. By telling Greer, Commander Miller had in Wilson’s opinion broken trust shared between naval intelligence officers to keep the information confidential. That is why he was so angry.
However, if it were not for Miller taking the risk he had, Greer and the world would probably not have learned the truth of what happened, and how corporate contractors had sidelined Wilson and US naval intelligence over a classified reverse engineering program of a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle.
In part two, I review what Admiral Wilson told Dr. Davis about the classified UFO crash retrieval program and its significance.
On May 26, 2019, the New York Times published a story about five US Navy pilots reporting UFO sightings in 2014 and 2015 off the coast of Florida. The story cites their descriptions of unknown craft that could fly at hypersonic speeds and hover over the ocean. Their reports were handed off to the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program (AATIP).
The five Navy pilots were interviewed by the New York Times reporters about the UFO sightings that occurred while they were conducting training maneuvers off the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt before deployment to the Middle East. The Times reporters said that due to the 2014 and 2015 sightings, that the Navy upgraded its classified guidance for how pilots are to report UFOs, which now are officially referred to as Unexplained Aerial Phenomena (UAP).
A video was included of one of the UFO incidents where the pilots could be heard exclaiming: “Wow, what is that, man? Look at it fly!” The video had been released over a year earlier and was the subject of a March 12, 2018, Fox News interview with Luis Elizondo, the former Pentagon official, who headed AATIP from its 2007 up to 2017 when he retired in protest over the lack of support the program was receiving.
In the Times story, the pilots made clear that no known piloted aircraft could perform the UFO’s complex aerial maneuvers:
What was strange, the pilots said, was that the video showed objects accelerating to hypersonic speed, making sudden stops and instantaneous turns — something beyond the physical limits of a human crew.
They speculated that the UFOs might be part of a highly advanced drone program that raised several safety issues due to the possibility of a midair collision. They refused to speculate further about the UFO’s origins. Earlier in April 2019, the Navy issued new guidelines for reporting UFO sightings, and cited safety concerns as a factor for the need to improve the reporting process.
There are several important takeaways from this latest New York Times story that follows a December 16, 2017 story that analyzed similar sightings reported by Navy pilots back in 2004.
The first is that the US Navy is allowing its pilots to go on the public record about UFO sightings that have national security implications. This has effectively reversed a decades-long military policy dating back to 1954 called JANAP 146(C), which forbade military and civilian pilots discussing UFO sightings that were deemed to have national security implications. JANAP 146 referred to possible prosecution under Espionage Laws for unauthorized transmission of UFO sightings reported by military and civilian pilots that fell under the official reporting mechanism established by JANAP.
The second takeaway is that the Pentagon is allowing official military surveillance video to be leaked to the public about a phenomenon which on the surface appears unknown, at least to the pilots witnessing them. It is more than likely, however, that the phenomenon is very well known to the military hierarchy who have sanctioned the leaking of the videos, which it needs to be emphasized are official Navy videos whose unauthorized disclosure carries severe penalties as JANAP 146 makes clear.
Third, the fact that the New York Times has released the story is sending a clear signal to other mainstream media sources that it is OK to discuss UFO sightings and their national security implications. We can, therefore, expect many more mainstream media stories about UFOs/UAPs in the near future as evidenced by multiple news sources immediately reporting on the Times story.
What can be concluded about the mainstream media’s newfound enthusiasm to discuss pilot reports of UFO?
It’s important to emphasize that there is no way the Pentagon would reverse its decades-long policy (JANAP 146) unless it was convinced that it could adequately explain the national security implications of UFO sightings. It’s more than likely the video leaks and pilot interviews are part of an official disclosure process of advanced aerospace technologies that are well known to US military leaders.
The Pentagon is slowly educating the public about advanced technologies it has secretly developed. There is abundant and compelling evidence that both the USAF and US Navy have developed secret space programs that utilize the kind of advanced aerospace technologies witnessed by the Navy pilots in the 2014/2015 and 2004 incidents.
It is most likely, however, that the US Air Force’s arsenal of advanced aerospace technologies will be the first secret space program that is to be revealed given the abundance of evidence proving its existence as I have documented in the US Air Force Secret Space Program. While the Navy program focused on deep space operations, the Air Force focused on near Earth operations and its craft deployed technologies that will be easier to explain as human engineered.
It will help the unfolding UFO disclosure narrative greatly if US Navy pilots are bewildered by the advanced technologies they are witnessing, thereby pointing to such technologies belonging to another military service. This will deflect attention away from the Navy SSP to the Air Force’s SSP.
It’s becoming very clear that the Pentagon has decided to move forward with preparing the general public for future announcements of advanced aerospace technologies that have been secretly developed in highly classified programs. This will be used to explain the origins of many UFO sightings over the decades, including those witnessed by military pilots that were studied by AATIP. I for one, don’t believe all UFO sightings can be explained as terrestrially developed advanced technologies, but certainly a great many are.
The advanced aerospace technologies secretly developed by the Air Force, as I explain in the US Air Force Secret Space Program, will be gradually disclosed with the official launch of Space Force, which is part of a long term strategic plan to eventually disclose and merge all advanced aerospace technologies developed by different branches of the US military. On May 14, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) gave a speech in support of Congress moving forward with the creation of Space Force as a new branch of the US military. Cruz gave an intriguing perspective on what the proposed new military branch would protect the country from – space pirates!
Cruz said the following in his Space Force speech at a hearing of the Senate Subcommittee on Aviation and Space, which he chairs:
Since the ancient Greeks first put to sea, nations have recognized the necessity of naval forces and maintaining a superior capability to protect waterborne travel and commerce from bad actors. Pirates threaten the open seas, and the same is possible in space. In this same way, I believe we, too, must now recognize the necessity of a space force to defend the nation and to protect space commerce and civil space exploration.

Cruz’s implicit reference to “space pirates” quickly garnered much internet attention, particularly on Twitter’s “moments” news thread, where tweets of multiple people mocking him appeared. Cruz fired back at Jack Dorsey, creator of Twitter, for not giving equal coverage to his responses:

President Donald’s Trump’s proposed Space Force is currently being debated in the US Congress which is considering legislation officially creating it as a new military branch under the US Air Force.
The Pentagon has come out in support of Space Force being created, despite initial opposition by the Secretary of the Air Force, Heather Wilson, and its Chief of Staff, David Goldfein. Patrick Shanahan, the Acting Secretary of Defense, has been the driving force behind the Pentagon getting behind Trump’s proposal.
A two stage process was outlined by the Pentagon on August 9, 2018, for realizing Trump’s goal. One of the four components in the first stage was was the elevation of the Air Force’s current Space Command into one of the Pentagon’s unified combatant commands. Currently there are ten combatant commands that are at the apex for command and control of different geographical regions and specific functions performed by all branches of the US military.
On March 27, 2019, John William “Jay” Raymond, a four-star general who is the current head of Air Force Space Command (2016-), was proposed by President Trump to head up the new Space Command.
In his February 19, 2019, Space Policy Directive 4, Trump proposed that legislation be created for the formal establishment of a Space Force as a separate military branch initially placed under the Department of the Air Force. Trump’s desire for a separate Department of the Space Force, would be revisited at a later stage.
Legislation for Space Force was submitted to Congress in February by Secretary Shanahan and is currently being debated in various congressional committees, including Cruz’s. The Space Force legislation is a major test for whether or not the new military branch has enough Congressional support to have its creation passed into law.
While the partisan nature of the current Congress makes any passage of policies proposed by Trump challenging, there is still strong bipartisan support for policies supported by the Pentagon. A letter of support from 43 former Pentagon officials is proving to be very influential in overcoming doubts expressed by members of Congress. The letter states that Space Force will:
… develop military space culture and ethos; recruit, train, educate, promote, and retain scientists, engineers, and warriors with world-class space skills and talent; advocate for space requirements and resources; develop space doctrine and operational art; develop, field, and deliver advanced space capabilities; and steward resources to sustain America’s strategic advantage and preeminence in national security space activities.
Consequently, because Shanahan and other Pentagon officials are committed to the creation of Space Force, it’s very likely that Congress will pass the proposed legislation and authorize its creation.
This finally brings us to Cruz’s indirect reference to “space pirates”. Was this just hyperbole for why Space Force is needed?
In his tweet to Dorsey, Cruz tried to walk back his comment by referring to the capability of major nations such as China to destroy satellites as his real point. However, according to multiple insider sources, the idea of the US having to defend itself against space pirates is not as ridiculous as it appears. There are a number of non-state actors secretly operating in space that do threaten US national interests, and the planet more generally.
One of these sources is rogue special access programs, which operate outside of lawful government control. Former Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell confirmed that the sitting head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Vice Admiral Tom Wilson, was denied access in 1997 to an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) involving UFOs.
This incident and many others point to rogue USAPs conducting various advanced aerospace projects that can impact US space operations and Earth installations. These USAPs are loosely controlled by shadowy entities such as the Deep State, which have their own distinct globalist agendas that conflict with nationalist policies.
An example of existing rogue operations is given in my new book, the US Air Force Secret Space Program: Shifting Extraterrestrial Alliances and Space Force a chapter discusses how the Deep State used its MASER equipped satellites to steer Hurricane Irma against MacDill Air Force Base in retaliation for Air Force Special Ops openly displaying some of its antigravity craft to members of the general public in support of disclosure. The conclusion is that rogue USAPs are a modern day form of space pirates.
We also have the idea of Space Nazis which was proposed by insiders such as William Tompkins who worked for the US Navy during World War II, and said he was part of a Navy espionage program that monitored the Nazi’s flying saucer program. Tompkins asserted that the Germans successfully established a breakaway colony in Antarctica which became a space power over the succeeding decades.
According to Tompkins and other insiders, the Germans have established colonies on Mars, Ceres, and elsewhere in Deep Space, and have developed some of the most advanced aerospace technologies known to humanity. Given their non-state status, the breakaway German Antarctic/Mars colonies may also be considered a modern form of space pirates.
Finally, we have the idea of a transnational corporate network that has developed its own space fleet that operates outside of any national or global institutional authority. According to insiders such as Corey Goode, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate has the most advanced spacecraft in existence as a result of their long-time cooperation with the breakaway German group in Antarctica.
Given their official non-state status, transnational corporate entities such as the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate may also be included in the category of space pirates that Cruz was warning the public about.
As the head of a key Congressional subcommittee dealing with space affairs, Cruz may have acquired some inside knowledge of these different non-state actors operating in space outside of any recognized lawful national or global authority.
The problem of “space pirates” is very real and not just hyperbole. Whether by design or accident, Cruz has just pointed out a major reason why Space Force is being created, and is being fast-tracked into existence by the Trump administration.
