Paper on Nuclear Fusion Reactor for Hybrid Spacecraft Published in Prestigious Journal

A major breakthrough has occurred in the scientific community’s almost unanimous skeptical reaction to Dr. Salvator Pais’ patent for a portable nuclear fusion reactor that would power his proposed “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft” – a prestigious engineering journal has published a paper authored by him describing his incredible invention and its applications.

The paper is titled “The Plasma Compression Fusion Device—Enabling Nuclear Fusion Ignition” and it appeared in the November 2019 edition (Vol 47, Issue 11) of the journal, IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science. The journal is published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and only publishes articles that are peer reviewed in a blind submission process.

The importance of Pais’ paper being published in such a prestigious journal is that prominent electrical engineers have concluded that his concepts are worthy of being taken seriously even though most scientists, including patent examiners, have expressed outright skepticism about their feasibility.

In a January 22 article describing the publication of Pais’ paper, the Drive’s Brett Tingley interviewed a number of scientists that ridiculed Pais’ ideas as “pseudo-science and empty jargon”. Yet, as Tingley has pointed out previously, the Chief Technology Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, firmly supports Pais’ inventions as “operable”, and decades of government research support the feasibility of similar concepts.

Now the IEEE paper adds another level of scientific credibility to Pais’ invention since the anonymous reviewers clearly concluded it was not “pseudo-science and empty jargon”.

In the abstract to his paper, Pais writes:

The plasma compression fusion device (PCFD) generates the energy gain by plasma compression-induced nuclear fusion. This concept has the capability of maximizing the product of plasma pressure and energy confinement time to maximize the energy gain, and thus give rise to fusion ignition conditions….

The concept uses controlled motion of electrically charged matter through accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth, yet rapid acceleration transients, to generate extremely high-energy/high-intensity EM radiation (fields of high-energy photons) which not only confines the plasma but also greatly compresses it so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition. The PCFD concept can produce power in the gigawatt to terrawatt range (and higher) with input power in the kilowatt to megawatt range and can possibly lead to ignition (self-sustained) plasma burn. Several important practical engineering and operational issues with operating a device such as the PCFD are discussed.

Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor with a proposed output of 1000 gigawatts (one terrawatt) or even higher, far exceeds the maximum output of the largest nuclear power plant in the US, Palo Verde in Arizona, which produces a paltry four gigawatts in comparison. Indeed, Pais’ invention dwarfs the power supply of the nuclear fission reactors powering the new Gerald Ford Class aircraft carriers, which produce only 0.7 gigawatts (700 megawatts).

Put simply, if Pais’ invention proves to be feasible, then it could virtually end the fossil fuel industry overnight and revolutionize the aerospace industry since it is fully portable.

In fact, Pais proposed the nuclear fusion reactor as the power supply for his “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Vehicle” he described in an earlier patent granted on December 4, 2018, after it had been earlier turned down by a skeptical examiner. Pais fully intended his nuclear plasma fusion reactor to be used in future generations of air and space craft.

In an earlier article, I discussed how Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor would be capable of powering the kilometer-long spacecraft that several insiders claimed to have been secretly built and deployed as far back as the early 1980s.

According to the late William Tompkins, a former aerospace systems engineer, Nautilus class nuclear powered attack submarines were retrofitted to be able to perform the hybrid maneuvers of underwater, air and space operations in the late 1970s. The retrofitted submarines were used as prototypes for the larger kilometer-sized spacecraft then secretly under construction near the Wasatch Mountains, Utah.

The retrofitting of a nuclear submarine would have required swapping out its nuclear fission reactor, with something far more powerful, like Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor, in order to convert submarines into hybrid water, air and space craft. All this occurred back in the late 1970s, which means that something similar to Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor must have existed at that time and was being secretly used by the US military.

This is where the testimony of David Adair becomes important to understanding the history of the clandestine development and the use of nuclear fusion reactor engines. Adair claims that back in 1971, he built a prototype “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” for a 10-foot rocket he developed with the active support of the US Air Force. Adair says that he was backed by General Curtis LeMay, the former USAF Chief of Staff from 1961 to 1965, who secretly provided Adair with resources and USAF personnel even though he was only 17 at the time on a science project.

Documentary support for Adair’s remarkable testimony comes from local newspaper reports describing the Air Force certificate he won for his 10-foot rocket project. An April 19, 1971 news story from the Mount Vernon News says that his rocket exhibit “has been selected as the most outstanding in the field of engineering sciences”.

Adair’s story was first covered in a 2002 interview with Robert Stanley published in Nexus Magazine. In short, Adair claims that as a result of his success in building a prototype nuclear fusion engine for his 10-foot rocket, he was given access to a much larger “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” at Groom Lake, Nevada (aka Area 51). Adair learned that the engine at Area 51 was extraterrestrial in origin and the Air Force was attempting to reverse engineer it.

While there are differences in the way Adair described the operation of his “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” to Pais description of the operation of his “Plasma Compression Fusion Device”, the similarities are remarkable. Both use electromagnetic energy in unconventional ways to ignite a nuclear fusion process in a portable engine that can generate an enormous energy output.

Adair’s testimony gives us crucial insights into the timeline for the development of nuclear fusion engines using plasma and electromagnetic devices. These were being studied and developed in the early 1970s, making the initial prototypes ready for deployment by the late 1970s – the time Tompkins says that the Navy began deploying its retrofitted Nautilus submarines as hybrid water, air and space craft.

It’s no coincidence that Pais’ inventions are being exposed to the scientific community at the same time that Space Force has been officially created. As detailed in my Secret Space Program book series, both the US Air Force and Navy have a number of antigravity craft that use non-conventional energy systems for their power supply. The most important undoubtedly are the nuclear fusion reactors that are ignited via plasma and electromagnetic devices such as Pais and Adair’s inventions.

The antigravity spacecraft secretly developed by the USAF are being increasingly leaked to the general public as exemplified in photos taken of triangle and rectangle-shaped antigravity craft near MacDill Air Force Base in 2017 and 2018.

Space Force, as discussed in my USAF Secret Space Program (2019), has been created to unveil to the general public the arsenal of spacecraft and weapons that have been developed in classified programs and covertly deployed. This is supported by statements made by the USAF Secretary, Barbara Barrett, in December 2019, when she said the following about classified Air Force technologies:

Declassifying some of what is currently held in secure vaults would be a good idea… You would have to be careful about what we declassify, but there is much more classified than what needs to be.

The publication of Pais’s paper in a prestigious engineering journal in November 2019 is a sure sign that the scientific community is being given advance notice that revolutionary energy systems exist that use unconventional electromagnetic and plasma devices to ignite the nuclear fusion process, and scientists/engineers need to start paying attention.

US Navy Patent for Nuclear Fusion Reactor Supports claims of Mile-Long Space Carriers

The US Navy has authorized the publication of a patent for a nuclear fusion reactor that can both generate enormous quantities of power and yet be small enough to be fitted on mobile platforms, including spacecraft. The patent’s publication supports Whistleblower/Insider claims of mile (1.6 kilometers) long space carriers that have been secretly built and deployed by the Navy since the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The patent application for a “Plasma Compression Fusion Device” was just published on September 26 after being lodged on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy back on March 22, 2019. The inventor is Dr. Salvator Pais, who works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and has previously lodged other patents on behalf of the Navy concerning a hybrid air, water, and space vehicle propelled and protected by electromagnetic fields.

In the patent description, Dr. Pais explains how his nuclear fusion device differs from similar devices under development:

At present there are few envisioned fusion reactors/devices that come in a small, compact package (ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters in diameter) and typically they use different versions of plasma magnetic confinement. Three such devices are the Lockheed Martin (LM) Skunk Works Compact Fusion Reactor (LM-CFR), the EMC2 Polywell fusion concept, and the Princeton Field-Reversed Configuration (PFRC) machine. […] These devices feature short plasma confinement times, possible plasma instabilities with the scaling of size, and it is questionable whether they have the ability of achieving the break-even fusion condition, let alone a self-sustained plasma burn leading to ignition.

Ignition is the point at which the nuclear fusion process begins generating electrical power in a self-sustaining way through the superheated plasma. Dr. Pais further explains how his device will use electromagnetic fields to ignite the nuclear fusion process:

The plasma compression fusion device utilizes controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration-deceleration-acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields. These fields not only confine the plasma core but also greatly compress it (by inducing a high energy negative potential well) so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition.

The amount of power that could be generated is explained by Brett Tingley and Tyler Rogoway, aerospace researchers at The Drive:

It is claimed in the patent application that this plasma compression fusion device is capable of producing power in the gigawatt (1 billion watts) to terawatt (1 trillion watts) range and above with input power only in the kilowatt (1,000 watts) to megawatt (1,000,000 watts) range. By comparison, America’s largest nuclear power plant, the Palo Verde nuclear power plant in Arizona, generates around 4,000 megawatts (4 gigawatts), and the A1B nuclear reactors designed for the Navy’s Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers generate around 700 megawatts.

Pais’ description makes clear that the nuclear fusion reactor is the power supply for several innovative patent devices that would go into the Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft (HAUC) the patent for which was awarded on December 4, 2018.  The HAUC, as previously described, would generate a quantum vacuum field outside the hull, removing all air, water, or other molecules, thereby enabling the craft to rapidly move through the atmosphere, ocean, and space without meeting any resistance.

Remarkably, the HAUC was awarded after the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, intervened in an appeal against a rejection by the patent examiner who viewed the HAUC device as not scientifically feasible due to the need for an extraordinarily high power supply that produces “more electricity than what is produced by nuclear reactors”.

The examiner was referring to “nuclear fission” reactors used by the Navy in its aircraft carrier and submarine fleets, and pointing out that these would not be enough to meet the energy needs of the HAUC.

The nuclear fusion reactor device described in the latest patent application provides an explanation for what would power the HAUC and generate the quantum vacuum around it.

The other patent devices for the operation of HAUC include the “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(HFGWG) that would provide the craft’s propulsion system by creating gravity waves that would create a surf-ride effect.

Another patent is the “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (EFG) that would generate an electromagnetic shield to protect the craft from missile attacks, Coronal Mass Ejections, and space debris. Importantly, both the HFGWG and EFG would be powered by the nuclear fusion reactor.

Yet another patent is the “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” which can store enormous quantities of electrical energy. This “room temperature superconductor” is what would ultimately store the electrical power produced by the nuclear fusion reactor. The superconductor would also enable the HAUC and other mobile platforms to operate for extended periods if the nuclear fusion reactor went offline, and a back-up power supply had to be used.

For a second time, the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Dr. Sheehy intervened in support of Dr. Pais when a second patent examiner rejected the room temperature superconductor as scientifically unfeasible. Dr. Sheehy’s letter explained why the superconductor “is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application”.

Tingley and Rogoway have extensively covered previous patents granted to Dr. Pais and the controversy over the Navy’s extraordinary interventions in support of his inventions widely regarded by open-source scientists as outlandish.

Tingley and Rogoway speculate on possible explanations for why the Navy has been doing this:

[I]s the Navy building some sort of incredible craft based on science that remains foreign to the larger scientific community? Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now? Are they clumsily trying to emulate what their pilots are seeing in the field, but can not yet fully explain? Could these patents just represent gross mismanagement of resources on the Navy’s behalf? Or is this all some sort of elaborate disinformation play by the Navy—one that seems to have emerged right in step the rise of major peer-state competition from the likes of Russia and China, and the biggest expansion of advanced aerospace development programs in decades?

Tingley and Rogoway’s question, “Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now?” takes us directly to the eyewitness testimony of whistleblowers and insiders who claim to have worked on kilometers-long space carriers secretly designed and deployed by the US Navy in the 1970s and 1980s.

William Tompkins’ testimony, in particular, stands out since he claims he designed kilometers long cigar-shaped space carriers while employed at a secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft Company and other leading aerospace corporations from the  1950s to 1970s. What gives Tompkins’ testimony great weight is that he worked directly under Dr. Wolfgang Klemperer, the former chief designer for the US Navy’s flying aircraft carriers, the USS Akron and Macon, built and deployed in the 1930s by the Goodyear-Zeppelin corporation, where he worked at up to 1936.

Importantly, Tompkins claims that before the deployment of these kilometers-long space carriers in the early 1980s, the Navy retrofitted nuclear (fission) powered submarines as prototype spacecraft in the late 1970s. I recently interviewed a chemical engineer, who is still working in the industry and has chosen to remain anonymous, who says he served on a retrofitted nuclear submarine deployed into space in 1979.

If retrofitted nuclear submarines and kilometers-long cigar-shaped space carriers were secretly deployed by the Navy in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Tompkins claimed, then the power supply needed to lift and propel such craft into Earth orbit would vastly exceed that used by nuclear fission reactors.

As Tingley and Rogoway point out, the nuclear fission reactors in the modern Gerald Ford-class aircraft carriers generate 0.7 gigawatts. This pales in comparison to Pais’s nuclear fusion reactor that can generate up to 1000 gigawatts. A retrofitted nuclear fusion-powered submarine or kilometers-long space carrier could consequently generate sufficient electrical power for the electromagnetic propulsions systems incorporated into these crafts, similar to what Pais proposed for the HAUC.

The US Navy’s publication of a patent application for a nuclear fusion reactor appears to be part of a disclosure process designed to get the aerospace industry and general public ready for future announcements of secret space programs. It’s worth emphasizing that Tompkins and others claims that retrofitted submarines and space carriers were deployed in the 1970s/1980s, is directly supported by the Navy’s acknowledgement that nuclear fusion engines necessary for achieving such a stupendous feat, is a viable technology.

Consequently, the nuclear fusion reactors used in the Navy’s secret space program are over four decades old, which provides a compelling reason for why the Navy is allowing the release of these technologies now.

Critically, by patenting the nuclear fusion reactor and the other revolutionary electromagnetic propulsion technologies released by Pais, the Navy would not only save funds that it would otherwise have to pay companies for the use of such technologies, but also potentially raise enormous revenue in the future to fund its secret space program for decades to come. The Navy’s release of the nuclear fusion reactor patent is an extraordinary event that can revolutionize the aerospace industry and our planet very quickly with cheap and virtually unlimited electrical power.

Insights About Secret Scientific Research in the U.S.

• How much more time and effort will it take for certain agencies in the US government to confess to the mind-boggling secrets they have kept from the public, often in violation of constitutional principles and legal norms and procedures? • What do we know about “special access” programs hiding within the American military-industrial-intelligence complex? Among whistleblowers, Bob Lazar is noteworthy because of the extensive information he provided in videotaped talks about research he had carried out in Area S-4, near the notorious Area 51 in the Nevada desert. Lazar claimed to have been part of a team reverse engineering a 52 feet wide saucer-shaped craft that he quickly realized was not built by humans. The craft could sit three small sized (3 feet tall) crew members and generated its own gravitational field, enabling the craft to reach fantastic speeds.

• Lazar’s report was supported by well-connected investigators, including John Lear, son of the Learjet inventor and a veteran CIA operative who testified that he was also exposed to covert research into “alien” technologies. Area 51 aeronautics engineer Edgar Fouché reported the development of the secret Tr3-B triangular mercury plasma fueled spacecraft.

• In 1997, former Pentagon intelligence officer and White House staffer Colonel Philip Corso’s bestselling book, The Day After Roswell, lifted the veil on much of the clandestine research pursued since 1947 by various branches of the federal government and compartmentally outsourced to defense contractors such as Lockheed, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Martin Marietta, Northrop, Grumman, Raytheon, General Dynamics and others. Corso alleged that major technical breakthroughs such as microtransistors, superconductors, fibre optics, Kevlar and night vision goggles had been developed through reverse engineering of alien materials, although the results of those advanced investigations remained largely undisclosed.

• Dr Robert Wood from McDonnell Douglas, Corey Goode, William Tompkins also formerly at McDonnell Douglas, and the more controversial Dan Burisch, are among the alleged “insiders” who have blown the whistle on various “black” programs. Their accounts have been extensively reported and analyzed by veteran researchers such as Linda Moulton Howe as part of her Earthfiles series, Paola Harris, Dr Steven Greer (in his widely publicized Disclosure Project) and Dr Michael Salla, co-founder of the Exopolitics Institute.

• In 2007, Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, who then chaired the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, with the support of fellow Senators, Inouye and Stevens, set up the $22 million/ five-year ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ to conduct research on UFOs and the collected evidence of the extraterrestrial presence. The program commissioned 38 classified papers from a number of universities and research centers and a 490-page report which are still unissued publicly. The DIA did release a list of titles to the 38 government-funded research reports, and Corey Goode released two of these exotic propulsion studies.

• In June 2017, a 47-page top secret MJ-12 briefing document was leaked and analyzed by various experts. It contains detailed descriptions of alien craft and their recovery, transcripts of communications with alien beings and spells out the measures taken by concerned agencies to keep the entire subject secret, even to the highest elected authorities.

• A private initiative called ‘To the Stars Academy’ has been set up with the participation of some of the former staffers of AATIP, including its former director Luis Elizondo. TTSA is working with retired military and civilian officials to further disclose the extensive and long-standing secret military R&D pursued between government agencies and private contractors involved in what is commonly called the Deep State. Its executive director Tom DeLonge has produced a new documentary series for the History Channel relying on military insider testimonies and entitled Unidentified.

• Cynics who alleged that all this is speculative mumbo-jumbo amounting to a waste of public money did not consider that the disclosure from AATIP seems to be what the CIA calls a “limited hangout”: i.e. a superficial glimpse of a much larger secret cloaked in “plausible deniability”.

 

Many investigators and whistleblowers in the United States have, over the last 40 years, called attention upon unacknowledged scientific and technical programmes being carried out in various publicly and privately funded laboratories and research centres, affiliated to military and intelligence agencies, in “exotic” areas that are officially not regarded as deserving of serious attention in civilian institutions such as universities. The existence of such programmes, now being proven, would demonstrate the existence of a two-tier scientific culture in the US at least, if not in the rest of the world, of which the upper tier would be a domain for clandestine R&D, unsupervised by, and unknown to, democratically elected authorities. If only for this reason, finding out the truth about the situation is of great value to society.

He further explained that it was made of some unknown ceramic-like material, could sit three small sized (3 feet tall) crew members and was powered by a hitherto undiscovered super-heavy element, eventually identified as number 115 on the periodic table, which generated its own gravitational field and enabled the craft to reach fantastic speeds. Lazar further explained that the retrieved space vehicle was being test flown in Area 51/S-4 although neither its materials nor its propulsion systems could be figured out or reproduced. However, he warned that the US military had somehow gotten hold of a substantial quantity of Element 115, stored at Los Alamos and intended for weaponisation. His report was supported by well connected investigators, including John Lear, son of the Learjet inventor and a veteran CIA operative who testified that he was also exposed to covert research into “alien” technologies.

Lazar’s testimony (retraced and updated in a recent documentary by Jeremy Corbell entitled Bob Lazar, Area 51 and Flying Saucers) was one of many that were more or less publicised in the following decades despite stubborn denials from official quarters. The Los Angeles Air Raid on February 24/25, 1942 opened an unprecedented chapter in the evolution of the US Navy. In response to this incident, a covert research program to investigate the feasibility of exotic antigravity propulsion technologies was developed. Neil Armstrong: “Their Ships Were Far Superior To Ours”

• During a NASA symposium, Neil Armstrong, known as “the first man to ever set foot on the Moon”, (pictured above left, along with fellow Apollo 11 crew members Michael Collins and Buzz Aldrin) made some amazing statements regarding the Apollo 11 mission. When asked why NASA won’t go back to the Moon, Armstrong stated, “the fact is, we were warned off [by extraterrestrial beings on the Moon]”…“their [ET] ships were far superior to ours both in size and technology – boy, were they big! … and menacing … No, there is no question of a space station [on the Moon].”…“NASA was committed at that time, and couldn’t risk a panic on earth,” so the Moon mission was to quickly go in and get out.

• Armstrong also purportedly said that he and his fellow astronauts came upon some structures on the moon which looked like buildings definitely not created by a man. (see video below of video footage that Armstrong allegedly took of the Moon structures they found in 1969)

Neil Armstrong was the first man to ever set foot on the Moon. History will forever remember him. However, during a NASA symposium, the legendary astronaut commented something which prompted opinions that extraterrestrials walked on the lunar surface too.

Many of us have wondered: What is the reason NASA keeps refusing going back to the Moon?
The Apollo missions have so many mysteries hiding behind them. According to many ufologists, the real cause NASA decided to end them is because the astronauts encountered something rather otherworldly.

As reports say, Armstrong stated in an interview that advanced alien civilizations sensed the astronauts’ presence on the moon during the Apollo 11 program. Allegedly, these beings exposed themselves, clarifying humankind is not welcome on the moon.

The U.S. Navy Received Advanced Technologies From An Alien Race, Book Claims

• William Tompkins, 2015 book Selected by Extraterrestrials is, sadly, his last book as Tompkins died in August of 2017. But his book tells of a life that began with debriefing American spies embedded in Germany for the Navy in San Diego as a teenager during WWII. After the war ended Tompkins became an influential aerospace engineer with Douglas Aircraft , designing spacecraft for the US Navy’s secret space program, “Solar Warden”, including a 2.5km spacecraft carrier and a 1.4km spacecraft battle cruiser.

• The Navy spies brought back stories of the Nazis working with an extraterrestrial race of Reptilians showing the Germans how to build anti-gravity spacecraft. According to Tompkins’ book, Reptilian aliens have attacked numerous planets, colonizing and enslaving its inhabitants. The US Navy countered by allying with a Nordic-looking extraterrestrial race to build its own secret space fleet during the 1970’s, and deployed the Solar Warden fleet in the 1980’s.

               A teenage Bill Tompkins

The U.S. Navy has in the past cooperated with an alien race to develop technology that can be used to defend the planet against invasions from reptilian alien attacks. This is according to claims made by William Tompkins, a U.S.-based writer, in his book Selected by Extraterrestrials. Having worked for the Navy as an aircraft designer during the ’50s and ’60s, he apparently had access to highly classified information and bases that offered sufficient evidence of the existence of an alien race that provided technological knowledge to the human race.

He was reportedly based at the San Diego’s Naval Air Station, and was during WW2 in contact with Nazi Germany’s moles who worked in top secret aerospace facilities. According to the book, U.S. spies in Germany discovered that the Germans had received sufficient info on how to create antigravity aircraft, beam weapons, and more from reptilian aliens. They apparently gave him this information so he could conquer the world.

Reptilian aliens, according to the book, attack numerous planets and aim to disrupt planetary life, colonize, and enslave its inhabitants. Meanwhile, another alien race, he dubs “The Nordics,” worked with the U.S. to counter their rivals’ advances. His book features sketches of spacecraft he designed. He personally came up with designs for five spaceships and dozens of support ships that were created to fend off invading lizard aliens.

They include a 2.5km Naval Spacecraft Carrier and a 1.4km Naval Spacecraft        Battle Cruiser. The aforementioned ships were built decades later in the 1980s, but construction began in the ’70s. According to his revelation, the project was under a highly classified program called Solar Warden. Apparently, wars with reptilian aliens were, and still are, very short-lived and The Nordics had similar ships and equipment as the ones built for the Navy. They were also involved in wars to protect our planet.

William apparently worked for the Douglas Aircraft Company for 12 years and joined the company in 1951. Douglas Aircraft had been contracted by the government to undertake various projects for the Navy. It was while there that he supposedly worked with The Nordics to create antigravity aircraft. Tompkins’ descriptive evidence has had conspiracy theorists citing it as additional evidence that the U.S. government has been involved in a cover-up involving the existence of aliens, as reported by the Daily Star (August 29, 2016).

Bill Tompkins, Richard Dolan & the Future of UFOLOGY

The on-going controversy surrounding the bona fides of those like Corey Goode
and Andrew Basiago claiming to be part of the Secret Space Program’s (SSP) 20 and
back Operation Pegasus is a major concern to many in the Disclosure Movement.
 
Richard Dolan, Bill Ryan and others have essentially demanded more concrete evidence 
in support of such claims of participation before they can sign off on their legitimacy and
relevance to UFOLOGY.
 
Michael Salla has attempted to address the Dolan group’s concerns and has been a
strong voice championing them through his many articles covering various aspects of 
Goode’s account.
 
His confidence in their legitimacy has been fundamentally bolstered by the work of Bill
Tompkins who spent the last 2 years of his life sharing his extraordinary experiences
during a long life that appears to include a major role with the Navy’s SSP.
 
As the well respected historian of the SSP and the inventor of the term Breakaway
Civilization, Dolan’s low comfort level with the Goode/Salla/Tompkins position has
had an impact on the Disclosure community that remains unresolved.
 
His dissatisfaction with Tompkins book which he refused to publish because he thought
it was poorly written does not refute what appears to be clear evidence that the former
Navy ship designer was indeed part of the SSP.
 
Bill’s extensive interviews on the Jeff Rense show are fully archived and available for
evaluation by everyone interested in this topic.  Having listened to him many times on
Rense, I was convinced he was speaking honestly about his role.  The combination of
humility, humor, intelligence and thorough knowledge of the material lent considerable
strength to his claims.
 
Now Bill has moved on with his dramatic transition on the day of The Great American
Eclipse.  Whether that is just some cosmic coincidence and/or his way of confirming
he was the real deal remains to be seen.
 
It would behoove those in leadership roles like Salla and Dolan as well as Stephen
Greer, Paola Harris, Steve Bassett, Grant Cameron and others to bring some degree
of closure to this issue in the spirit of enhancing the future of UFOLOGY and the
Disclosure Movement.
 
What that looks like and how it is achieved remains to be seen.  But resolve it they
must at the risk of undermining an important discussion in modern life.  It would also
be a fitting testament to the memory of Tompkins, the recently departed Jim Marrs
and the countless truth seekers among us who have labored long and hard in the
UFOLOGY arena.

Reptilian Aliens Helped Nazi Germany Build Secret Space Program in Antarctica

In the run up to World War II, German secret societies and the Nazi SS were guided to three large caverns in Antarctica by Reptilian extraterrestrials, according to former U.S. Navy intelligence operative William Tompkins. In his latest ExoNews TV interview, released today, Tompkins describes how the Reptilians helped the Germans/Nazis build underground bases in remote Antarctic caverns, which were located next to even larger caverns controlled by the Reptilians.

According to Tompkins, the U.S. Navy learned of the existence of these secret Antarctic bases from their spies embedded in Nazi Germany, who found that the Nazis/Germans used these remote bases to launch space missions to the Moon, other planets in our solar system, and, most remarkably, to distant interstellar locations.

Tompkins says that the Germans began moving equipment and supplies to Antarctica as early as 1913, which coincides historically with the Second German Antarctic Expedition from 1911-1913. This period also coincides with the increasing role of German secret societies in exploring remote global locations for occult knowledge.

The movement of equipment accelerated in the lead up to World War II. In his interview, Tompkins cites 1934 as the beginning of this acceleration, even though historical records point to 1938 as the launch of the Third German Antarctic Expedition:

The move from Germany to Antarctica was in operation from 1934 way before the war started. In fact some of the stuff went down in 1913.

In last week’s ExoNews TV episode, Tompkins revealed that secret agreements had been reached between Hitler’s regime and Draconian Reptilians. In this week’s episode he discussed one of the major elements of this agreement:

Large portions of equipment were sent down there. But right next to them were three tremendous size caverns which the Reptilians had. Not Grays, but Reptilians. Germany got two more, about a tenth the size of the big Reptilians [cavern]. They were able to … [go] down, usually by submarine. They built these flat submarines, these regular class, so they could ship all this stuff down.

Tompkins remarkable information is consistent with Grand Admiral Karl Dönitz who referred on three occasions to an impregnable fortress being built for Hitler in a remote location using Germany’s advanced submarine fleet:

In 1943, Donitz is reported to have stated

… the German submarine fleet is proud of having built for the Führer, in another part of the world, a Shangri-La on land, an impregnable fortress.

The second occasion was in in 1944, when he revealed how plans were in place to relocate Hitler so he could launch new plans for his thousand-year Reich:

The German Navy will have to accomplish a great task in the future. The German Navy knows all hiding places in the oceans and therefore it will be very easy to bring the Führer to a safe place should the necessity arise and in which he will have the opportunity to work out his final plans.

Finally, Dönitz’s remarks at his Nuremberg war crime trial clearly suggest that it was Antarctica where Germany’s most advanced technologies had been secretly relocated by his submarine fleet. At the trial he boasted of “an invulnerable fortress, a paradise-like oasis in the middle of eternal ice.”

Donitz’s remarks were made plausible in 1966 by cartographer and artist Heinrich C. Berann for the National Geographic Society. In Berann’s depiction of an ice-free Antarctica, he shows underwater passageways that run throughout the Antarctic continent. This provided a plausible way in which submarines could travel under the ice for considerable distances to Nazi Germany’s “invulnerable fortress”.

Donitz’s claims are further supported by documents provided by an alleged German submarine crewman after the war, which described the instructions for U-Boat Captains to reach the Antarctica bases through the hidden passage ways. Below is an image of the document with the translated instructions.

In today’s interview, Tompkins describes simultaneous flying saucer programs that had been developed by the Nazis. One was in Germany, while the second was in Antarctica. In his response to a question about where Germany’s antigravity craft were being built, he said:

They built the prototypes in Germany. They built pre-protype, something which is ready for production, in Antarctica. They put this stuff in production in the countries all over Germany [Occupied Europe], and they continued to build similar vehicles in Antarctica.

Tompkins then shares one of the most astonishing secrets gained by the Navy spies embedded in Germany. With the help of the Reptilians, the Nazi’s Antarctica program had successfully launched manned missions to the Moon, planets, and even other star systems.

Now the question was asked whether did we ever get to the Moon? You see it was in some way, it was well known that the Germans had a number of vehicles that flew out and came back. One of the first ones, they got into trouble, they crashed and the whole group died. But that was almost all coming from Antarctica. Way before, four years before, the war ended, they were always moving all of this stuff out. And so the flights, almost everything came from Antarctica with the same people. … I don’t know if it was true or not, but it was stated by some of those fellows [Navy spies] that they had gone to other stars and come back.

Tompkins remarkable claims corroborate the testimony of secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode, who claims that from 1987 to 2007, he had access to smart glass pads, which described the successful Nazi space program that operated out of Antarctica.

Goode said the Antarctica program was controlled by German secret societies rather than the Nazi SS:

As explained, the Nazi remnants that were made up mostly of Secret Societies that created a “Break Away Civilization,” kept the most advanced technology secret from even their highest Military and Political leaders, setup enclaves in South America and Antarctica. The locations in Antarctica were some ancient civilization ruins that had remained occupied by certain groups in thermal area’s that cause area’s similar to lava tubes and domes under the glaciers.

Goode goes on to corroborate Tompkins claim that the Nazi bases were built adjacent to caverns controlled by another advanced civilization, the Reptilians:

There was an underground and under glacier city complex that was already occupied and setup in a couple of locations and the NAZI’s renovated an area that was mostly crushed above the surface but had plenty of room under the domed ice, thermal underground energy and caverns (accessible via U-boat under the ice flows and openings that made it ideal for a hidden multipurpose base) that were perfect for them to secretly build out during the entire Second World War

What makes Tompkins claims difficult to dismiss are documents he has published in his book, Selected by Extraterrestrials, supporting his main claim that he participated in a covert Navy Intelligence program that disseminated Germany’s advanced aerospace secrets to selected U.S. aerospace companies, think tanks and universities.

Furthermore, documents, and statements by Admiral Donitz, support Tompkins claims that Nazi Germany had succeeded in locating and building underground facilities under the Antarctic continent. The long route under the Antarctic ice sheets, which the German submarine fleet allegedly took to reach these hidden caverns, gives credence to Tompkins claims that Reptilian extraterrestrials had provided the Nazis with the information necessary to locate the hidden Antarctic caverns, and the under-ice passage ways to reach them.

In the next episode of ExoNews TV, we will hear from William Tompkins how the Nazis used slave labor in their hidden Antarctic bases, and that the Italian government had also developed a flying saucer program headed by the famous inventor, Gugliemo Marconi that was secretly operating out of hidden South American locations.

Contents of Thousands of Documents Disclosing Aliens-UFOs to be revealed by US Navy Whistleblower

On February 15, Britain’s Express newspaper announced that a new whistleblower is soon to reveal the contents of thousands of documents concerning extraterrestrial life. Nick Pope, a former government official that led an investigation by Britain’s Ministry of Defense into UFO files for three years, has declared that the whistleblower is a genuine insider.

The Express described the whistleblower as a third-class petty officer with the U.S. Navy who worked for three years (1986-1989) at the Naval Telecommunications Center within the former Naval Air Station at Moffet Field, near San Francisco, where he gained access to the documents.

The whistleblower, according to the Express, filed a report with the Mutual UFO Network on February 13 claiming he wants to promote “disclosure”. He was quoted as saying:

I’m not reporting a UFO sighting rather a UFO related experience. I have copies of my security clearances. I personally handled, viewed and delivered thousands of documents involving UFO/ET Projects. My secrecy agreement with the US Government expired in October 2014. 

The Express story continued:

“He said that UFO/ET were real [sic] and that hopefully disclosure would happen in my lifetime since he was in his early 60s at the time.” In the report he said: “I was required to deliver TS Code word designation COSMIC to SRI, ESL/SYLVANIA, LOCKHEED SKUNKWORKS, TRW, RATHEON, BERKELEY LABS, LAWRENCE LIVERMORE LABS, and other think tanks throughout Silicon valley.”

The whistleblower’s background has important similarities with another recent whistleblower, William Tompkins, who also claims he worked with the U.S. Navy as a courier of highly classified information concerning extraterrestrial life and technology to major aerospace industries and think tanks from 1942 to 1945.

After this, Tompkins worked with a number of leading aerospace companies from 1947, which included Northrup, Lockheed, Douglas Aircraft Corporation, TRW, and General Dynamics. Tompkins has included a number of documents in his autobiography, Selected by Extraterrestrials. They reveal his work in designing kilometer long spacecraft in the 1950s and 1960s. These were eventually built and deployed by the U.S. Navy as space battle fleets in the 1980s.

Tompkins is working on the next edition to his autobiography where he will release more of the documents he accumulated during his military and corporate career that support his claims of U.S. Navy and corporate involvement in extraterrestrial/UFO projects.  

Could the release of the contents of thousands of documents seen by the new whistleblower mark the start of the long anticipated document dumps Secret Space Program whistleblower Corey Goode has been discussing since mid-2015?

On June 15, Goode wrote:

A full disclosure event would consist of a major data dump on the Internet with many hundreds of thousands of document, audio and video files on multiple mirrored sites for everyone to have access to. There would be a collapse of the corporate media machine and a 24/7 television and radio education campaign would be initiated. Not all channels and stations would be co-opted so people are not overwhelmed and could “tune out” as they needed to due to the stress.

As originally envisaged, the document dumps would reveal all the truth about secret space programs and extraterrestrial alliances, and this would lead to war crimes trials and major global changes. A catalyzing event, such as global economic collapse, was argued by a Secret Space Program Alliance to be necessary for the document dumps plan to move forward.

In a previous article published on January 1, I wrote about recent meetings by elite groups which indicated that negotiations were secretly underway to prevent the catalyzing event from occurring:

A catalyzing event such as economic collapse, as Goode was told, could be prevented by a new financial system being put in place to reform the current financial system. Thus, China and other BRICS nations could come forward to rescue the tottering international financial system in exchange for a variety of benefits.

This has led to Goode’s current report that a decision has been made by an alliance of global elites and secret space program groups that the massive document dumps will not be going ahead after all. A more limited disclosure plan has been agreed upon, which will spread out the document releases over an extended period to allow the public to better acclimate to the disturbing information they contain.

In this regard, Goode wrote yesterday:

I was told heavily credentialed people who have worked in the lower Military/Intelligence Secret Space Program are being prepped and coached to be whistleblowers and provide the public with the “truth”. This same group had a direct message sent to me that I should back off of the full disclosure narrative as it is “irresponsible to the public”.

Regarding the yet to be disclosed documents awaiting release by the new whistleblower, it will be important to evaluate these documents in terms of how accurately they detail the U.S. Navy’s involvement in extraterrestrial/UFO related projects. This will be seminal when it comes to revelations concerning the existence of secret space programs that Goode and other whistleblowers have previously disclosed, which are investigated in Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Life.

Tompkins testimony, as discussed in a series of articles, provides an important basis for evaluating the new whistleblower’s claims and documents. This will help determine whether the new whistleblower’s testimony is part of a partial disclosure plan intended to cover up crimes in space, or a genuine disclosure initiative designed to acclimate the general public to what lies ahead.

Cover Selected by ExtraterrestrialsAs to whether Tompkins testimony itself is part of a full or partial disclosure plan, it’s important to point out that Tompkins received the go ahead to begin writing his autobiography in 2001 by Admiral Hugh Webster, a former Corporate Director of the U.S. Navy League. In 2009, Tompkins began collaborating with Dr. Robert Wood, a retired 43 year veteran with McDonnell Douglas, who was so impressed by Tompkins information and documents that he eventually became the book’s editor.

Selected by Extraterrestrials was only recently released in December 2015, but its 14 year gestation means that it long predates elite negotiations over full and partial disclosure, some of which Goode claims to have attended beginning in March 2015. The 2001 approval by Admiral Webster suggests that Tompkins revelations are part of a U.S. Navy sanctioned disclosure plan that has been in place for some time, but is now moving into high gear.

Consequently, the February 13 report to MUFON by another U.S. Navy whistleblower suggests that the Navy is encouraging former personnel to openly blow the whistle on top secret projects involving extraterrestrial life and UFOs by coming forward, and revealing the contents of documents that substantiate their testimonies.

The above article has been revised since the anonymous Navy whistleblower in the original Express story was claiming that he was prepared to reveal the contents of thousands of documents seen, not the documents themselves.  A follow up story by the Express helped clarify what documents the whistleblower was going to release, which were his personal security clearances and related military service documents. Apologies for the error in the original version of this article.
