Musk proposal of Reusable Rockets for Space Force ignores Electromagnetic Propulsion

On February 27, at the US Air Force Association’s “Air Warfare Symposium”, Space X founder Elon Musk posed the question, “How do we make Starfleet real?” and he proposed reusable rockets as “absolutely fundamental” for the newly created Space Force.

Musk’s aggressive lobbying of reusable rocket propulsion technologies for future space exploration ignores increasing evidence that electromagnetic propulsion systems are not only scientifically feasible, but have been developed for classified spacecraft, many of which have been predicted to be soon transferred to Space Force.

Musk has undoubtedly shaken the conventional space industry with his pioneering work in developing reusable Falcon rockets for launching Dragon spacecraft that are used to deploy satellites and ferry supplies to the International Space Station. Many were thrilled to watch videos of the Falcon rockets safely returning either on land or on ocean-going barges, after some spectacular early failures.

The reusable Falcon rocket landings were followed later by Dragon spacecraft descending to Earth by first deploying parachutes to slow their descent through the atmosphere before performing an ocean splashdown. The manned version called Dragon 2 is designed to carry up to seven crew and will also perform a splashdown after completing its space mission. This effectively duplicates the Apollo era process for the return of manned space capsules.

Currently, Musk is developing a reusable Starship which again relies on rocket propulsion to take astronauts to the Moon and Mars. Measuring 160 feet (50 meters) in length, the Starship is significantly larger than the Dragon 2 and will sit atop a super heavy Falcon launch rocket. The Starship is designed to carry sufficient rocket fuel to make it possible to maneuver in space, land on the Moon, and return safely back to Earth.

At a February 28 test, a prototype Starship collapsed at the SpaceX facility in Boca Chia, Texas, showing similar development challenges to that previously faced with the Falcon rockets. Musk is confident that Space X will overcome these developmental problems and come up with a reusable spacecraft with similar capabilities to the abandoned Space Shuttle.

There is little doubt that the idea of reusable rockets is currently very helpful in transforming the space industry and moving things in the direction of multi-use space launch vehicles that will be much cheaper, reliable and safer. This has been predicted to kickstart a civilian space industry making it possible for space tourism to take off later this decade.

Musk’s ambitious plans to use reusable rockets for manned flights to service the International Space Station, trips to the Moon, and eventually establishing colonies on Mars does indeed raise important questions for the newly created Space Force. Are reusable rockets “absolutely fundamental” to Space Force as Musk contends?

There is little question, when one reviews the available evidence and whistleblower/insider testimonies that the US Air Force, like the Navy, has for decades been developing electromagnetic propulsion systems in multiple highly classified programs. I have presented the best available evidence in successive books on the secret space programs developed by the US Navy and USAF.

Very recently, the Navy has had one of its most innovative scientists, Dr. Salvator Pais, apply for patents showing the feasibility of an electromagnetically propelled hybrid spacecraft capable of traveling underwater, in the air and space. After the patent examiner rejected the application for the “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft” as not scientifically feasible since it lacked an adequate power supply, the Navy intervened by having another scientist write a letter in support of Pais.

Dr. James Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise pointed out that Pais’ patent application was scientifically feasible and was being experimented on. In his letter, Dr. Sheehy wrote about the electromagnetic propulsion systems making rocket engines obsolete:

If successful the realization of this result demonstrates that this patent documents the future state of the possible and moves propulsion technology beyond gas dynamic systems to field-induced propulsion based hybrid aerospace-undersea craft…

Upcoming March 21, 2020 Webinar on SSP Disclosure and US Navy Patents

Importantly, Sheehy went on in his letter to point out that China was working on similar electromagnetic propulsion systems. Not granting the patent would lead to China gaining the intellectual property rights on such innovative technology, which had been originally conceived in the US, and very likely acquired by China through industrial espionage.

Sheehy’s warning was correct, China has indeed acquired classified US aerospace technologies and is in the midst of a rapid development process for fleets of electromagnetically propelled vehicles that are part of a secret space program that is far more powerful than its public space program using rocket propulsion systems.

China aims to overtake the US as a leading space power by 2030 through advances in Artificial Intelligence and deployment of 5G systems that are at the core of its asymmetric military strategy dubbed “Assassin’s Mace”. In my new book, Rise of the Red Dragon: Origins and Threat of China’s Secret Space Program, the full extent of China’s technological advances and how it plans to use AI and 5G to achieve space dominance are laid out in detail.

Recently, a number of former servicemen from the USAF and Navy have come forward with their testimonies that the Tic Tac UFOs captured on infrared video by Navy pilots, had an important USAF connection. One of them, Mike Turber, says that he was told by a reliable source that the Tic Tac craft belonged to the USAF and had been built at its secretive Plant 42 facility in Palmdale, California, by leading aerospace contractors.

Given the abundant evidence that the USAF and Navy have secretly developed electromagnetic propulsion systems, why would the newly created Space Force be interested in Musk’s reusable rocket propulsion systems?

Sure, reusable rockets are superior to the expensive single-use rocket launch vehicles that have been dominant since the 2011 retirement of the Space Shuttle. However, both single-use and reusable rocket systems are dramatically inferior to electromagnetically propelled spacecraft capable of traveling at speeds that defy conventional physics, as spectacularly demonstrated by the Tic Tac UFO craft.

Musk made his comments in a fireside chat with Lieutenant General John Thomson, Commander of the USAF Space and Missiles Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, which was only a few months ago transferred over to Space Force. Was General Thomson genuinely interested in reusable rockets for Space Force or did he have another agenda in mind?

There are three possibilities that come to mind that help explain why General Thompson and Space Force may be interested in hearing Musk’s views about reusable rocket propulsion systems.

First, reusable rockets are a useful stepping-stone to the far more effective and powerful electromagnetic propulsion technologies that Space Force is in the process of receiving from the US Air Force’s secret space program, as I have discussed elsewhere. I find this possibility highly unlikely given the unnecessary expense of building reusable rocket technologies that Space Force leaders would deem vastly inferior to electromagnetically propelled spacecraft.

A second possibility is that Musk’s advocacy of reusable rockets might be a convenient smokescreen for Space Force deploying electromagnetically propelled spacecraft, without revealing the true propulsion system being used until the right time. Put simply, there may be a need for Space Force leaders to hide from the public the true origins and development history of its reusable spacecraft.

A third possibility is that General Thompson and Space Force intends to partner with Musk since he has shown with his innovative Tesla electric car company a sustained interest in moving the car industry away from fossil fuels to electrical energy. Musk can therefore in the future play a leading role in moving the space industry away from rockets towards electromagnetic propulsion systems.

Therefore, in responding to Musk’s question, “How do we make Starfleet real?”,  the answer is definitely not through reusable rockets as proposed by Musk. However, reusable rockets may be a convenient stepping stone or smokescreen for electromagnetic propulsion systems that Space Force will be deploying in the near future. Indeed, Musk may ultimately prove to be a pivotal figure in helping introduce electromagnetic propulsion systems to the general public as he learns about the classified technologies Space Force plans to release to the public.

SpaceX’s Starship Might Start Flying Moon Missions in 2022

Article by Mike Wall                                 November 19, 2019                              (space.com)

• In order to pass the costs of space travel to the private sector, 14 companies have been selected by NASA to participate in the space agency’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services program. Buying a ride on a private craft, rather than developing and building its own landers, will theoretically save the agency big bucks. Of these 14 companies, five have been invited to make a contract bid on a NASA payload scheduled for 2022.

• One of these five selected companies is Elon Musk’s ‘SpaceX’. Musk would rely on SpaceX’s reusable spaceship-rocket duo known as ‘Starship’ and ‘Super Heavy’. Starship is capable of carrying 110 tons (100 metric tons) to the moon’s surface. So there will be plenty of room to ferry gear for a variety of customers in its primarily unmanned cargo ships to the moon and Mars. The Starship and the Super Heavy are equipped to accommodate a manned crew as well.

• SpaceX does have one crewed Starship mission on its docket already. Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa has booked a flight around the moon for himself and a handful of artists in 2023.

• The other four companies that are eligible for lunar payloads are California-based Ceres Robotics and Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems Inc.; Sierra Nevada Corp. of Colorado; and Washington-based Blue Origin, which will use its Blue Moon lander. Among the rest, ‘Astrobotic’ and ‘Intuitive Machines’ are already scheduled to deliver NASA science gear and a variety of other payloads to the lunar surface in July 2021.

• NASA views the privatization of space transport as a key to its Artemis program which aims to put two astronauts, including the first woman, on the moon by 2024 and establish a long-term human presence there by 2028. In May, NASA selected 11 private companies to build a prototype crewed Artemis lander. The companies submitted detailed proposals on November 8th. NASA is expected to pick the four finalists by early next year. In the meantime, unmanned commercial spacecraft will transport a variety of NASA experiments and hardware to the lunar surface that will pave the way for the astronaut pioneers. (see 1:11 minute NASA promo video for the Artemis Program below)

SpaceX’s huge Mars-colonizing Starship vehicle could make its first extraterrestrial touchdown just three short years.

SpaceX is one of five companies that are newly eligible to deliver robotic payloads to the lunar surface for NASA, via the agency’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) program. SpaceX proposes to do this work with Starship and Super Heavy, the reusable spaceship-rocket duo that the company is developing primarily to help humanity become a multiplanet species.

                             Elon Musk

And Starship could start putting NASA payloads down on Earth’s nearest neighbor quite soon, if all goes according to plan.

“We are aiming to be able to drop Starship on the lunar surface in 2022,” SpaceX president and chief operating officer Gwynne Shotwell said during a NASA-organized CLPS teleconference Monday (Nov. 18).

SpaceX is not guaranteed to fly a CLPS mission that year, or any year. SpaceX is just eligible now to bid on NASA lunar delivery services; it will still have to beat out the rest of the CLPS pool, which is now 14 companies strong, for each moon contract.

And each mission that Starship flies under the CLPS banner will almost certainly ferry gear for a variety of customers. Starship is capable of carrying 110 tons (100 metric tons) to the moon’s dusty gray surface on each trip, Shotwell said, and it’s hard to imagine NASA filling out that manifest by itself.

NASA views CLPS as a key enabler of its Artemis program of crewed lunar exploration, which aims to put two astronauts, including the first woman, on the moon by 2024 and establish a long-term human presence there by 2028.

‘Pretty Sure I’d Know if There Were Aliens’: Musk Dashes Hopes of Finding Extraterrestrial Life

Listen to “E117 10-6-19 ‘Pretty Sure I’d Know if There Were Aliens’: Musk Dashes Hopes of Finding Extraterrestrial Life” on Spreaker.

Article by Callaghan O’Hare                    September 29, 2019                      (rt.com)

• Elon Musk was in Brownsville, Texas on September 28th to unveil his prototype Starship  Mark-1 commercial passenger rocket to Mars. At the event, the SpaceX and Tesla CEO said that people often ask him about aliens. Musk responded that there are no aliens in Area 51, on Earth, or in the entire galaxy. “I’m pretty sure I’d know if there were aliens. I’ve not seen any signs of aliens,” said Musk. “As far as we know, we are the only consciousness or the only life that’s out there. There might be other life, but we’ve seen no signs of it.”

• Among the 48-year-old CEO’s other revelations, Musk believes the US military would proudly display any alien they had in their possession in order to secure more defense funding, and that the Earth has only a few hundred million years left before it is completely overheated by the Sun.

[Editor’s Note]  I’m “pretty sure” that Elon Musk is a Deep State stooge being paid off to spread the ridiculous disinformation that extraterrestrials do not exist in order to receive the billion dollar NASA space cargo contracts that he needs to maintain his foundering companies. Either that or he is a complete idiot.

Elon Musk says there are no aliens in Area 51, on Earth or, indeed, in the entire galaxy, because he’s “pretty sure” he would have seen some signs of them by now.

         Compromised or just stupid?

The SpaceX and Tesla CEO made the bold claim on stage on Saturday night while unveiling his Starship rocket prototype Mark-1 in Texas, which the company plans will one day transport humans to Mars.

Musk made several revelations during the 90-minute talk, including his belief that Earth only has a few hundred million years left before it is completely overheated by the Sun. The most controversial statement, however, was that he doesn’t believe alien life exists.

“As far as we know, we are the only consciousness or the only life that’s out there. There might be other life, but we’ve seen no signs of it,” said Musk.

Elon Musk: We Haven’t Been Talking To Any Aliens

Listen to “E92 9-11-19 Elon Musk: We Haven’t Been Talking To Any Aliens” on Spreaker.
Article by Jazz Shaw                   September 4, 2019                   (hotair.com)

• During a recent tech conference, (the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai), Tesla and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk addressed a few questions about the future of mankind.

• With regard to speculation about the US Government being in contact with extraterrestrials and covering up their existence from the public, Musk said: “There are people out there who think we have found aliens. Trust me, I would know. We have not.” Just how would Musk know all that the US government knows? By launching payloads into space for NASA and the military via rocket technology? Given his predilection for Twitter and social media rants, why would top government officials reveal anything to Musk?

• The tech mogul also made fun of the military/CIA base in Nevada known as Area 51. Said Musk, “People ask me if I have been to Area 51. Ok, please. SpaceX actually has area 59 and it’s eight better than area 51.”

• Musk was vocal about the importance of exploratory missions to Mars, particularly if something were to happen to the Earth. We only have a limited window of technological supremacy before a natural or man-made catastrophe renders humanity stranded on this planet. We need to make an effort to expand the human presence to planets beyond the Earth, and we have little time to waste. Otherwise, humanity could become just a ‘footnote in cosmic history’.

[Editor’s Note]   It appears that Elon Musk’s job is to toe the Deep State line that extraterrestrials do not exist, that Area 51 is unimportant, and that rocket propulsion is the extent of our current technology. He then throws in a bit of fear mongering that humanity could be doomed if we don’t advance the human presence beyond the Earth. All of this proves without a doubt that the South African billionaire is a Deep State asset. Musk certainly has the resources to learn the truth: that the cosmos is teeming with an infinite variety of extraterrestrial life, much of it far superior to humans in technology and spiritual consciousness; that Area 51 is a major focal point for research in extraterrestrial physiology and technology; and that there is an elite human “breakaway civilization” that has not only harnessed but currently employs propulsion technologies far in advance of combustion.  Their secret space programs have already extensively established off-planet operations centers, military bases, and civilian work colonies on the Moon, Mars, and throughout the solar system – and even beyond our star system far into the galaxy. Musk certainly knows all of this. So he is either complicit with the Deep State puppet masters, or he has been brain-washed to lie to the public. Was this the price he had to pay to get the NASA/military contracts to transport payloads into space, in order to save his foundering Tesla corporation?

What does Tesla and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk know that he’s not telling the rest of us? Perhaps a lot. Maybe nothing. I don’t know, but during a recent tech conference, Musk addressed a few questions about the future of mankind, space travel and “dem aliens” that left people in the audience scratching their heads. First of all, is the U.S. Government hiding information about extraterrestrial species from the public? Nope. He also dissed Area 51, but I’m pretty sure that part was just a joke. (Express.co.uk)

The tech mogul dismissed speculation about the US Government being in contact with aliens and covering up their existence from the public. He said: “There are people out there who think we have found aliens. Trust me, I would know: We have not.

            Deep State stooge Elon Musk

“People ask me if I have been to Area 51. Ok, please. SpaceX actually has area 59 and it’s eight better than area 51.”
Mr Musk also spoke out about the importance of future exploratory missions to Mars, particularly if something were to happen to the Earth.

What exactly is going on here? I’m really hoping this wasn’t another example of him, er… “indulging” himself as he did on Joe Rogan’s show before taking the stage. But let’s give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he’s not.

If Musk can state definitively that our government doesn’t have any additional information about possible extraterrestrials visiting the Earth, how would he have come by this information? Granted, he’s done a lot of work with NASA over the past decade and I’m fairly sure he’s even launched a few payloads for our military. But that doesn’t mean that they would spill the beans on absolutely everything to him.

Elon Musk Plans On Sending People Past The Dark Side Of The Moon: Will They See Bases?

by Arjun Walia                      September 27, 2018                    (collective-evolution.com)

• Elon Musk plans to take his SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket to the Moon and Mars. Tom DeLonge of the ‘To the Stars Academy’ wants to tell the world that UFOs are real. Is this part of a plan by the world’s elite to further their own selfish agenda? Or it is truly intended to disclose the truth?

• Donald Trump has announced the United States’ intention of putting a base on the Moon. Private corporations are jumping on the opportunity for some type of space “tourism.”

• A Tokyo-based lunar exploration startup named Ispace has signed up for launches on Musk’s SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket in 2020 and 2021. The first will carry a lunar lander into orbit around the Moon, and the second aims to put one on the moon’s surface so it can deploy a pair of rovers. And a Japanese billionaire has signed up for he and his guests to be the first paying passengers to travel around the Moon on a SpaceX rocket in the year 2023. Elon himself may even go on this voyage.

• Col. Ross Dedrickson is one of approximately 500 members of the United States military who have revealed the presence of extraterrestrials on the Moon. Dedrickson claims that in the late 1970’s extraterrestrials destroyed a nuclear weapon before it could be deployed on the Moon.

• Strange artifacts and bases have been said to exist on the ‘dark side’ of the Moon. The Society for Planetary research (SETI) has identified “Unusual Structures on the Far Side of the Moon in the Crater Paracelsus C”, which non-human beings may have built.

• Remote viewers like Ingo Swann and Dr. Paul Smith from the Stargate program have ‘seen’ strange structures and humanoid creatures on the Moon.

• Will Musk be allowed to go to the Moon? If so, what will he find there? Will Musk be allowed to talk about what they find?

Elon Musk is making a lot of noise with regards to space. His latest announcement that he plans to send multiple people not just to Mars but also to the Moon is making headlines in the alternative news community for several reasons. One of the reasons is because there has been a tremendous amount of controversy surrounding what exactly is going on in space.

This confusion was further sparked when the To The Stars Academy, founded by Tom Delonge, revealed a plan dedicated to letting the world know that unidentified flying objects are real, despite the fact that it is well known. This is for the mainstream. They’ve released several videos in cooperation with the US government, and the team consists of world-renowned scientists, recently retired defense employees from the US government, former senior intelligence officers, and a recently retired Director of Lockheed Aerospace, who has stated that the technology utilized in these objects can actually alter space & time. You can read more about that here.

UFO Disclosure

We are in the midst of mainstream UFO disclosure; whether this is coming from good intentions that have humanity’s best interests at heart is another question. The global elite has always used major phenomena, like terrorism, to create solutions and implement political actions that best meets their needs. And since world domination seems to be at the top of the list, some have even suggested that mainstream UFO disclosure is driven by an elitist desire to stage a false flag alien invasion. Of course it’s also possible that it’s driven by good people from within, who actually want to get the truth out to the public. Is that what we’re now seeing?

The fact remains, we now have credible testimony from hundreds of military people, scientists, and academicians. We also have actual radar data, and materials have been retrieved from these objects. This is no longer taboo, and a large portion of the world seems to be well aware that many of these strange objects might actually be extraterrestrial in origin.

To The Moon

But what about the Moon? Will Elon Musk actually be allowed to venture to the Moon if something ‘out of this world’ is really going on there? For years, the lore surrounding the dark side of the moon, strange artifacts, bases and more have all been hinted at. Reports of artificially made structures on the moon are both common and persistent. Among the first were from George Leonard’s 1976 book, Somebody Else is on the Moon.

After NASA, Now SpaceX Delays Manned Moon Mission Fearing Extraterrestrial Aliens, Say Conspiracy Theorists

by Nirmal Narayanan               June 10, 2018                (ibtimes.co.in)

• SpaceX, the private space company led by South African billionaire Elon Musk recently revealed that they have delayed their plans to send private customers into the orbit of the Moon, citing “technical challenges”.

• A video by ‘Disclose TV’ and posted on the YouTube channel ‘UFO Mania’ (see 2:35 minute video below) suggests that the real reason behind the delay in the mission is related to extraterrestrials. Most of the commenters on the video argue that the reason behind the delay could be the presence of extraterrestrials on Moon. They believe that way back in the early 1970’s aliens warned humans never to come back to the Moon.

• Donald Trump’s 2017 Directives indicated that the United States was planning another manned-mission to the Moon. Then NASA announced that it canceled its Moon Rover program. Conspiracy theorists proclaimed that aliens are living in secret underground bases on the Moon, and that NASA and the U.S. government is intentionally covering-up the presence of aliens on the Moon.

[Editor’s Note]  See 2016 ExoPolitics article by Dr Michael Salla on why the Apollo Moon missions ended.

SpaceX, the private space company led by South African billionaire Elon Musk recently revealed that they have delayed their plans to send private customers to the orbit of the moon, raising suspicion over manned moon missions per se.

As per SpaceX, it is some technical issue which compels them to delay the mission but conspiracy theorists are not ready to believe Elon Musk and his company, and they have already put forward a theory surrounding aliens and extraterrestrials.

Something mysterious behind the mission’s delay?
A video uploaded by conspiracy theory YouTube channel ‘UFO Mania’ suggests that the real reason behind the delay in the mission could be something related to extraterrestrials. Using inputs from ‘Disclose TV’, the narrator of the video mostly talks about SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket in this clip. However, it is crystal clear that the conspiracy theory channel is not convinced with the technical issue explanation put forward by Elon Musk and his team.

“The company is also facing queries regarding the practicality of its flagship Falcon Heavy rocket which was launched for the very first time earlier this year. The rocket was the most powerful of its kind to leave the Earth’s orbit since the Apollo missions and so its launch, and the various technical problems which beset the team working on the project received widespread media scrutiny and scrutiny from industry experts,” said the conspiracy theory channel.

General public reacts
The video has already gone viral, and viewers were quick to speculate the real reason behind the moon mission delay.

Most of the people who watched the video strongly argue that the actual reason behind the delay could be the purported presence of extraterrestrials on Moon. These people believe that aliens have warned humans never to come back to the moon way back in the early 1970s.

SpaceX docks with ISS: the dark side of corporations in space

Michael E. Salla, Ph.D.

Conceptal artwork of the SpaceX Dragon attatched to the ISS Station. Picture: NASA

Today the SpaceX Dragon craft caught up with and began docking with the International Space Station (ISS). After SpaceX’s successful launch on Tuesday morning, NASA’s administrator Charles Bolden said: “There were people who thought that [NASA] had gone away [with the retirement of the space shuttles]. But today says, No, we’re not gone away at all. We’ve got the SpaceX-NASA team, and they came through this morning with flying colors.” The SpaceX mission is part of a long term strategy of turning over supply and transport of the ISS to the private sector. The buzz word now is private sector cooperation with NASA in near Earth missions, while NASA concentrates on more expensive deep space missions to the Moon, Mars and beyond. Is private sector involvement in the space industry a good thing? According to the Obama administration, NASA and SpaceX CEO Edwin Musk, that’s a big affirmative. Yet, there is a historical dark side to private sector involvement in space missions.

In the movie Avatar, a private corporation is running a mining operation on the moon, Pandora, of a giant gaseous exoplanet in the Alpha Centauri star system. Driven by profit margins, the corporation displays few scruples in driving off the indigenous population from land where a precious metal, unobtanium, is found. The movie depicts a future where private sector involvement in space is dictated by greed, secrecy and unaccountable actions by corporate managers. The underlying premise is that such excesses would not have happened with a government run space mission such as NASA where public transparency and accountability is the norm. Could something similar happen in the future with SpaceX and other corporations destined to partner with NASA in space missions? More importantly, has the private sector already been deeply involved in space missions that have been conducted without public knowledge?

A glimpse into the hidden world of classified space missions is found in the memoirs of President Ronald Reagan. The entry for Tuesday, June 11, 1985 (page 334) reads:

Lunch with 5 top space scientist. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people.

This is curious since the Space Shuttle held a maximum of eight people and only five were built for space flight. Even if all five took off fully loaded at any one time, it would have been impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Was Reagan revealing the existence of a highly classified space program different to NASA’s, that could accommodate hundreds of astronauts in orbit? Yes, according to dozens of military and corporate whistleblowers, who claim that a secret space program exists, and was built by private corporations.

According to whistleblower testimony, corporations have become the ultimate repository of the nation’s secrets concerning advanced technology programs involved in classified space missions. Even more significant are claims that some of these programs are related to the UFO phenomenon and extraterrestrial life. Whistleblowers have come forward to reveal how corporations have achieved control over these classified programs. A deceased corporate whistleblower revealed how during the mid-1980s, he worked for six months as an archivist for a large aerospace defense contractor based in California. It was a temporary assignment with his employer at an obscure office building. The archivist found many files dealing with flying saucers and extraterrestrial life. The files contained: “Reports, photos, media materials (tapes, films, video cassettes) and material from crashed saucers.” When asked where the files came from he revealed the “materials came from everywhere. CIA, Air Force, Navy, Army, DARPA, NORAD, DoD, FBI, and government officials to name most.”

If the archivist’s testimony is accurate, this means that prior to the mid-1980s UFO files were taken out of the possession of U.S. government agencies and military departments due to security concerns. One reason for this is that the proprietary rights of corporations would enable UFO files to remain hidden from the prying hands of congressmen, and private citizens using the Freedom of Information Act first passed in 1966 and strengthened in 1974.

The above scenario is supported by comments by Ben Rich, former CEO of Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works. In hand written responses to questions from John Andrews of the Testor Corporation in 1986, Rich confirmed the existence of both man-made and extraterrestrial UFOs. Most importantly, Rich revealed to Andrews how control of UFO files had slipped from the U.S. military to private corporations. Andrews relayed Rich’s responses to questions from UFO investigator William McDonald which confirmed:

There are two types of UFOs — the ones we build, and ones THEY build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual “Hand-me-downs.” The Government knew, and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon “Purge”, administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector.

Former astronaut, Dr Edgar Mitchell has confirmed an incident in 1997 where the Head of Intelligence for the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff was supplied the code names of UFO related projects, but was denied need-to-know access. The first to report the incident was UFO researcher, Dr Steven Greer, who in 2001 revealed that Admiral Wilson was furious over his failure to gain access. On a July 4, 2008 CNN interview, Dr Mitchell confirmed Greer’s version of events when he said that Admiral Wilson “had found the people responsible for the cover-up and for the people who were in the know and were told, I’m sorry, admiral, you do not have need to know here and so, goodbye.” A reliable source furthermore revealed to UFO researcher Richard Dolan that Admiral Wilson was frustrated by attorneys of a corporation that denied him access.

The only means for private citizens to monitor government actions is to use the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Yet FOIA doesn’t cover private corporations that regularly fulfill thousands of government contracts in sensitive national security projects. The private sector has become a means of hiding the nation’s deepest secrets when it comes to advanced technology and space travel from an unsuspecting public.

The successful SpaceX mission appears to open a bright vista of future cooperation between corporations and government agencies in space. Yet this belies a darker history of corporate involvement in highly classified space missions involving advanced technologies, some of which are related to the UFO phenomenon. These classified programs have been conducted with no public transparency and accountability. History has shown that without transparency and accountability, governments cannot be relied upon to conduct policy in a way that is consistent with nation’s constitutional values. This is even less the case for private corporations, driven by profit margins and proprietary interests when it comes to advanced technology programs. Yes, let’s celebrate SpaceX’s accomplishments, but keep in mind that this doesn’t open up a new chapter of corporate government cooperation in space.
