• Recently, the DIA revealed a 34-page intelligence reference document dated April 2, 2010 that discusses warp drives, dark energy, worm holes and alternate dimensions. (See past articles here and here) It was part of a treasure trove of documents related to a scientific study of UFOs undertaken in 2007 by the Pentagon at the order of former majority leader Senator Harry Reid (D-NV).
• The paper also discusses how wormholes (rips in the spacetime continuum) and warp drives would allow for the “fabric” of space to be drawn closer and stretched, bypassing Einstein’s theory of special relativity, which sets of the speed of light at an unbreakable 186,000 miles per second. “The basic idea (of the warp drive) is to create an asymmetric bubble of space that is contracting in front of the spacecraft while expanding behind it. Using this form of locomotion, the spacecraft remains stationary inside this ‘warp bubble,’ and the movement of space itself facilitates the relative motion of the spacecraft,” as proposed by Mexican theoretical physicist Miguel Alcubierre.
• “If one is to realistically entertain the notion of interstellar exploration in timeframes of а human lifespan, а dramatic shift in the traditional approach to spacecraft propulsion is necessary,” the document’s authors write.
It has been revealed that the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) doesn’t just specialize in covert and clandestine intelligence gathering and handling military-diplomatic relationships overseas. Recently, the DIA put together a 34-page intelligence reference document that discusses warp drives, dark energy, and alternate dimensions – no wonder they have a classified budget.
Task & Purpose reports that the document, dated April 2, 2010, and marked for official use only, was obtained by KLAS-TV and republished earlier this month at Public Intelligence. According to the Las Vegas-based television station, it was part of a treasure trove of documents related to a scientific study of UFOs (unidentified flying objects) undertaken in 2007 by the Pentagon at the order of former majority leader Senator Harry Reid (D-NV).
The DIA report does not mention contact with extraterrestrial lifeforms, ray guns, or meetings featuring the Star Wars “Cantina Band,” but it does examine highly-advanced theories like space travel through worm holes and warp drives.
“If one is to realistically entertain the notion of interstellar exploration in timeframes of а human lifespan, а dramatic shift in the traditional approach to spacecraft propulsion is necessary,” the authors write.
The paper also discusses two “loopholes” found in Einstein’s theory of special relativity, which sets the speed of light at an unbreakable 186,000 miles per second. • We are now able to search 10 billion radio channels as opposed to the hundreds that could be investigated when SETI investigations first started. How exactly would we be able to tell an extraterrestrial signal apart from all this visual and auditory pollution? Advances in astrophysics and technology have made it possible to search through more types of signals, analyze data faster, and determine which part of the electromagnetic spectrum we should be watching for a signal from another planet.
• Using such advanced technology, scientists have evaluated signals from a couple thousand star systems so far. And every one of these suspicious signals from outer space has been ruled out by some kind of interference. But SETI still has about a hundred billion stars to go.

The surge in volcanic activity in the lower Puna region of the Big Island of Hawaii is concentrated in the area surrounding the Puna Geothermal Venture. Scientific data clearly links the unacknowledged fracking activity at the Puna Geothermal Venture as a factor in what is occurring with lava flows and earthquakes.
More scientific data shows how the fracking may have been deliberately designed to create a geological process by which lava would drain from Kilauea’s summit into the East Rift Zone so as to create large new vents that would destabilize the geology, and possibly trigger a major collapse in the Hilina Fault System.
A video prepared by Pacific Tsunamic Warning Center clearly shows that the epicenter of earthquake activity centered in the lower Puna region is adjacent to the Puna Geothermal Venture.
The following map from the video depicts all the earthquakes and the eruption site for the recent lava outbreak from 30 April to 6 May. The eruption occurs mainly in Leilani Estates, which is right next to the Puna Geothermal Venture.

Here’s a photo showing the lava outbreak and its very close proximity to the Puna Geothermal Venture (circled in red) on May 22. Since then, it has begun flowing onto the property, but still not reached any of the wells.
The scientific data clearly shows how the Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) is at the epicenter of the volcanic eruption. Is this merely chance or by design?
In my previous article and video published on May 15, I wrote about how the fracking activity at PGV has been scientifically linked to earthquakes. The following diagram was included which clearly showed the strong correlation:

Since the publication of my article, there have been other articles linking the fracking at PGV with earthquakes, and also raising the question of whether the fracking caused the volcanic eruption. The most prominent one has come from Jon Rappoport, who wrote a May 22 article on his blogsite titled: “Did fracking cause the Hawaii volcano eruption?”
In my May 15 article and video, I mentioned the Hilina Slump and how it may have been related to the fracking occurring at PGV. This has led to much criticism in the video’s comments section, but the scientific facts do show that earthquake activity is related to movements in the Hilina Fault System. Here’s a map showing the Hilina Slump system in relation to the East Rift Zone.
The following map produced by the Hawaii Volcano Observatory shows how the recent earthquake activity led to the Hilina Slump slipping towards the Pacific Ocean Observatory by about two meters, which is massive in geological terms.
While the earthquakes under the summit and under the eruption center at the eastern end of the rift zone are generated by the movement of magma, the big event and its aftershocks under the pali have a different origin. This becomes obvious in Figure 2 [reproduced above]. It shows how the permanent GPS stations installed and operated by the Hawaii Volcano Observatory moved in response to the 6.9 quake. The red arrows indicate the direction of horizontal motion and all of them point to the southeast. The length of each arrow represents the extent of the motion with the longest ones having moved by more than 2 feet. This shows that the flank of the cliff on the southern coast of Hawaii has moved further towards the ocean.
What the article didn’t mention was that the 6.9 quake on May 4 was triggered by the massive outflow of lava from Kilauea Summit, Halemaʻumaʻu crater, into the East Rift Zone. Basically, the volcanic eruption in the Lower Puna region (where the Puna Geothermal Venture is located) is being fueled by fresh lava from the summit of Kileaua, which is being drained towards it.
While it began slowly as old lava oozed out of the new volcanic fissures in Leilani Estates, the recent upsurge is a result of fresh new lava arriving from the Kilauea Summit. The Honolulu Advertiserexplained the process:
The first weeks of the eruption saw pasty, crumbly, slower-moving aa lava oozing slowly through the fissures. But that changed Friday afternoon, scientists said, when preliminary results from a testing sample showed a different composite of lava, the smoother pahoehoe variety that is generally fresher, hotter and faster.

Kīlauea’s main magma chamber seems to be a few kilometers below Halemaʻumaʻu Crater at its summit. When the volcano’s guts gurgle with a new injection of magma from below, the lava lake in Halemaʻumaʻu Crater rises. The conduits and crevices that constitute Kīlauea’s “plumbing” extend from the summit region over to the East Rift Zone. So after lava rises in Halemaʻumaʻu Crater, the lake sometimes drains back down as the new magma moves on toward the eastern section of the volcano.
This is where we finally get to the issue of whether the fracking at Puna Geothermal Venture was secretly an attempt to weaken the underlying geology in order to create a path for fresh lava to drain from Kilauea summit into the East Rift Zone. As the following diagram of the East Rift Zone illustrates, lava follows the path of least resistance in a highly pressurized environment.
This principle would be well known to any geologist, or plumber if we use Johnson’s analogy. This means that some would have been aware from the inception of the PGV in 1993, that the process of using highly pressurized water on subterranean rocks (aka fracking), severely compromising the underground environment, would effectively open up a new path for lava to flow from the Kilauea summit and the Pu’u’O’o Vent
Apparently, this is exactly what was planned by those behind the Puna Geothermal Venture according to Paul Collin, who has strong ties to the U.S. intelligence community:
It is understood that Hawaii’s geothermal power company “Puna Geothermal Venture” ( PGV ) purposefully “drilled” wells and “fracked” into the ground in such a way that lava from Earth’s mantle would eventually be redirected to open-up and spout a ‘brand new volcano within the island of Hawaii, and sure enough facts set forth by a USGS chart and briefing that lava has now been routed right along the same linear path south-east, which actually punched-out a ‘brand new caldera volcano’ within the “Lower East Rift Zone” adjacent to the extremely weak debris landmass known as the ‘Hilani Slump’ consisting of 10% of Hawaii’s southeastern land mass that was already slipping into the Pacific Ocean ‘without the new lava delta’ growing huger; about 400 meters per hour on land ( alone ) – threatening a tsunami event from coast to coast.
In my May 15 article, I described how the creation of a massive tsunami through a collapse of the Hilina slump was the secret purpose behind the creation of the Puna Geothermal Venture, whose owners are linked to the Rothschild family.
I wish to state for the record that I don’t believe the plan will succeed, and that the hoped-for megatsunami that would cripple the United States economically and militarily for decades to come will not occur. However, it is vitally important to expose this plan was and who is behind it.
My view is that the Rothschild family has chosen China as the hub for the kind of New World Order that the Deep State/global elite would like to emerge. That would be an openly authoritarian state where AI technology is used to monitor citizens and quickly remove troublemakers expressing dissenting political views.
The United States is the main obstacle to such an authoritarian New World Order being created, and secret geo-engineering was therefore undertaken in Hawaii that would create a megatsunami via a major collapse of the Hilina fault system.
If the plan had worked, then it is not hard to see how the U.S. would have been unable to prevent a New World Order emerging – based on China’s authoritarian socio-political model masked behind AI technology designed to appeal to a tech savvy Millennial generation.
It is also important to mention that this is the second time in 2018 that Hawaii was targeted by the Deep State/global elites for some kind of catastrophic event that would economically and militarily weaken the United States. On January 13, 2018, a ballistic nuclear missile was sent by a secret CIA linked Navy, called the “Dark Fleet”, in a false flag attack that was meant to embroil the United States in a catastrophic nuclear war.
In a January 20 article, I provided documents and references showing how the CIA has built its own secret fleet that conducts covert operations on behalf of the Deep State/global elite. Thankfully, that plan failed due to the intervention of a U.S. Air Force based secret space program that shot down the missile, as I discussed another article.
Since 2004, I have lived on Hawaii’s Big Island. On May 1, 2018, I moved from the lower Puna region just as the earthquakes intensified, to the Kona side of the Big Island. It boggles the mind that such a beautiful part of our planet is being repeatedly targeted by the global elite for catastrophes that will facilitate their New World Order plans.
I sincerely hope that appropriate legal and political action is taken against: all those behind the Puna Geothermal Venture for their role in the devastation that is being caused in the lower Puna region by their secret fracking; the local County officials that were likely bribed to remain silent over the risk of permitting such a venture; and also against the global elites who put together such a nefarious plan.

• A pair of official Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) documents have come to light showing the military’s keen interest in subjects such as warp drive propulsion, extra-dimensional manipulation, dark energy, and other highly exotic forms of space travel. The documents were first posted by Corey Goode late in 2017, and are now again revealed by George Knapp’s I-Team, part of Las Vegas CBS affiliate Channel 8 News, which has been investigating the government’s supposed connection with ‘UFOs’ for decades.
• Knapp has been digging deeper into Las Vegas-based Bigelow Aerospace, founded by UFO enthusiast Robert Bigelow, which was awarded the contract for the Pentagon’s Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AAITP), a $22 million classified program supporting a team of nearly 50 scientists, analysts, and investigators that investigated UFO sightings between 2008 and 2012.
• A March 29, 2010 study dealt with “advanced space propulsion” for faster-than-light travel, “space-time altered regions”, and “gravity/antigravity” forces. “This paper has considered the possibility—even likelihood—that future developments with regard to advanced aerospace technologies will trend in the direction of manipulating the underlying space-time structure of the vacuum of space itself by processes that can be called vacuum engineering or metric engineering.” This study was authored at the time by Austin-based EarthTech International, Inc. CEO Harold Puthoff, Ph.D for the Pentagon program.
• An April 2, 2010 study covered similar ground, but also included discussions about “dark energy” and “extra dimensions.” This document states, “The idea that a sufficiently advanced technology may interact with, and acquire direct control over, the higher dimensions is a tantalizing possibility, and one that is most certainly worthy of deeper investigation.” Eric Davis, Ph.D., working with a prior Bigelow company National Institute for Discovery Science, authored this study along with independent consultant Richard Obousy.
• “These studies are so loaded with information,” said Senator Reid who sponsored the Pentagon program. “One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there’s no explanation for. Well there are now.” However, neither report suggests that the technology they described was anywhere near practical or that any foreign government was close to achieving a relevant breakthrough.
• Harold Puthoff is now VP of Science and Technology at To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, a non-profit organization in Encinitas, California that reportedly is, at least in part, continuing the AAITP’s work independently. Luis Elizondo, who was the head of the AAITP Pentagon program, is now the To The Stars Academy’s Director of Global Security and Special Programs.
• A pair of DoD military videos showing ‘tic-tac’ shaped UFOs recorded by Navy F/A-18 fighter jets had been floating around in in the Pentagon’s AAITP (previously known as Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications) and in defense circles for over a decade. To The Stars Academy was instrumental in publically releasing these UFO videos in December 2017. (See original NY Times article) Open disclosure about the origin of the video on an official level, as well as subsequent interviews with the pilot that took it, elevated it to mainstream news.
• Bigelow’s special unit’s investigation concludes that the Pentagon’s AAITProgram went far beyond documenting and evaluating reports of UFOs. It took a holistic approach, evaluating the impact on human biology in association with UFO sightings, and delved into other paranormal domains. It also claims to be storing mysterious material from downed UFOs. The depth of the government’s investigation of UFO technology leaves us wondering what hasn’t been revealed, whether out of fear of embarrassment or risk to national security.
The modern understanding of the Pentagon’s relationship with unexplained flying phenomena has become remarkably more pointed in the last six months since the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program was uncovered. Its disclosure came in between our own exclusive reporting on two very strange and well-documented encounters with strange aircraft operating in U.S. airspace. Now, new documents are coming to light that show the Department of Defense’s own spy agency was also interested in subjects that border on science fiction and the even the paranormal, including warp drive, extra-dimensional manipulation, dark energy, and other highly exotic forms of space travel.

Recently Knapp has been digging deeper into Bigelow Aerospace—which is located in Las Vegas—and its starring role in the previously classified program. It is no secret that Robert Bigelow, a former real estate developer turned inflatable space station entrepreneur, has been highly interested in UFOs, but the depth of the company’s official relationship with the Defense Department regarding the topic was something entirely unheard of before the disclosure of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program occurred in December 2017.
Abbreviated AATIP, that effort, and its funding, sprang from Nevada Senator Harry Reid’s interest in the topic, along with that of a Defense Intelligence Agency official. The program, which eventually cost $22 million and ran roughly between 2008 and 2012, began after Bigelow won the contract, apparently to investigate UFO sightings, along with pretty much everything else that goes along with the topic for better or worse, on behalf of the military.
A team of nearly 50 scientists, analysts, and investigators were assembled to work on the program, which was originally and very cryptically dubbed the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program before gaining its more recent moniker. The contract between the DIA and Bigelow made sure not to spell out its focus, instead referring to exotic technologies without mentioning UFOs.
The I-Team writes: “The agreement with DIA did not mention UFOs at all. It used more generic terms such as future threats and breakthrough technologies, and specified 12 focal points including, lift, propulsion, materials, versions of stealth as well as human interface and human effects.”
It was under the AAWSA name that the organization funded at least two studies into advanced propulsion and space technology research that border on the fantastical. The first of these studies, dated March 29, 2010, deals with “advanced space propulsion” for faster-than-light travel, discussing theoretical physical constructs such as “spacetime-altered regions” and “gravity/antigravity” forces. The second study, which the AAWSA program published on April 2, 2010, covers similar ground, but also includes discussions about “dark energy” and “extra dimensions.”
The AAWSA experts did this work under the auspices of DIA’s Defense Warning Office, which makes good sense, at least conceptually. This organization first came into being in 2002 and is “charged with identifying sources of increasing threats to U.S. interests in critical regions,” according to an official briefing.
“This office will also identify opportunities to affect adversary behavior prior to and in the early stages of a crisis.” that presentation notes. In 2003, these tasks expanded to also include work “to provide the earliest possible warning of technological developments that could undermine U.S. military preeminence.”
UFO sightings are often indications of advanced and secret military aircraft research and development projects. Having a team of experts try and determine if any of the reports translated to real programs, especially those that potential opponents such as Russia or China might have been working on, would be well with DIA’s mandate for the office.
That AAWSA team would have delved into known developments in associated fields would also make sense in this context. If America’s adversaries were rapidly advancing toward practical warp drives and other advanced propulsion and space research, DIA would definitely want to know in order to help inform U.S. policy responses.

The May 22 episode of Cosmic Disclosure featured a bombshell interview of two insiders, Emery Smith and Corey Goode, who discussed their direct knowledge of classified underground bases and the super advanced technologies used there. They revealed the security protocols, policy oversight, and travel and cloaking technologies secretly used at the bases.
Goode is best known for his first hand experiences inside multiple secret space programs, and also contacts with different extraterrestrial and Inner Earth groups that he began publicly disclosing in late 2014. He says that much of his knowledge of these underground military/corporate bases came through reading briefing documents found in smart glass pads he had access to during his “20 and back” programs, as well as direct personal experience during his covert service.
Goode’s testimony in secret space programs has been extensively covered by David Wilcock in the Cosmic Disclosure series and his book, The Ascension Mysterious; and also in my Secret Space Programs book trilogy. Both Wilcock and I have identified hundreds of sources and documents that corroborate many of Goode’s claims.
Smith publicly emerged as an insider/whistleblower in December 2017 to share his direct experiences in multiple classified programs that began with him being trained as a “Surgical First Assist” by the US Air Force at Kirtland Air Force Base. He has provided a number of documents on his website that substantiate his military training and work as a surgical assistant.
He has two patents granted in 2004 and 2011 featuring innovative medical devices. On his LinkedIn page he refers to two medical papers he has collaborated in writing. I personally spoke with the main author of the first paper written in 2006, Robert J. Mandle, Ph.D., who confirmed Smith’s involvement and his competence as a medical researcher.
Smith has given a number of interviews on Cosmic Disclosure and elsewhere where he has discussed his involvement in corporate/military experiments involving medical examination of approximately 3000 tissues samples from extraterrestrials, hybrids and other exotic life forms. He says that performed autopsies on approximate 250 extraterrestrial bodies at classified underground facilities at Kirtland Air Force Base, and and elsewhere.
In the May 22, Cosmic Disclosure interview, Smith and Goode compared their respective knowledge about security, locations and technologies used at the underground facilities. What is remarkable for the listener, is how well Goode’s recollections of what he read in the smart glass pads, matches what Smith described directly experiencing when visiting these underground military/corporate facilities.
Highlights of their discussion was their common knowledge of how hundreds of secret bases in the US alone, while often on military installations, are actually controlled by corporations:
Emery: I’m aware of, in just the U.S. alone, about 300 of these facilities.
Now, when you say government, I want to, like, talk about that, because it’s not always the government that owns these facilities.
They GUARD these facilities – the military does – but they don’t always . . . are in control of the facilities, because they are owned by larger corporations and unknown organizations.
Corey: That have different oversight.
Emery: Exactly.
Corey: Right.

Smith and Goode’s claims here have enormous significance since it reveals how the U.S. military may be kept out of the loop of what is happening on many classified projects which are run on military installations by corporations.
This brings to mind an incident from 1997 involving Rear Admiral Tom Wilson, who was briefed on a classified UFO related project by Dr. Steven Greer and Dr. Edgar Mitchell (Apollo 14 astronaut), but was denied access by corporate attorneys. What made the incident quite remarkable was that Admiral Wilson at the time was the J-2, head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Smith and Goode further discussed how the hundreds of bases in the US, others around the planet and even off planet are connected via a highly developed maglev rail system:
Corey: … Some of the bases are . . . you cannot access them from the ground whatsoever. You have to go through the tram system, the secret tram system underground.
Emery: Yeah.
Corey: And the only entrance and exit is through that tram system…. And often, they will be very deep, as I’ve said before. At a certain depth, you’re no longer considered in United States territory…. And so you then have free rein.
Emery: Absolutely, yeah…. And I was getting to that, because once you get down there, you have to take the tram.
And many of them have different types of maglev and lavatube devices to get you there…. And you can actually wear a seat belt in these things, but you don’t need to. You don’t even know you’re going because it’s so fluid, and it gets up to such a high speed.
And I don’t know how fast that is, but I heard some of these can go over 500 miles per hour.
Corey: Yeah, I was hearing over 700.
Emery: Yeah. So once you get there, whether you’re taking the chair, the gondola, or you’re taking these maglev tubes – the egg thing – once you get there, then you have to still go through another security checkpoint.
Corey: Because you could be in another country for all you know.
Emery: Right. Or another planet.
Corey: Right. Exactly. I was actually talking about that recently, about how . . . Recently, when I was brought up to the Lunar Operation Command, I was brought into a room for a briefing, and there was a window.
And I looked out the window, and I saw Mars.
Emery: Ha, ha. Yes.
Corey: And I was told that a lot of times, people will take these trams. And much like I took a tram, and it ended up on another planet . . .

Both Smith and Goode have provided a lot of additional details about the capabilities of the secret underground shuttle system that was first exposed in 1995 by Phil Schneider in a series of interviews that culminated in his murder/suicide months later in January 1996, and in a book authored by Dr. Richard Sauder,Underground Bases and Tunnels: What is the Government Trying to Hide (1995).

Wilcock asked Smith and Goode what they knew about the metallic element Thorium in relation to underground bases:
Corey: Well, I know that in the programs, the craft, research vessel, I was assigned to, originally it was nuclear. And then they replaced it with a thorium based.
And then they replaced it with some sort of an electromagnetic engine that had these long tubes that they would put something in that they called “minnow baskets” that would spin.
And if you move it up and down, you get a little bit of play in the electromagnetics.
Emery: Right.
Corey: And I think it’s some sort of electromagnetic friction that’s going around. And these leads are picking up the energy and shooting it wirelessly through the tubes, which then go directly to these huge capacitors.
Emery: Right. Yeah, a lot of capacitors are used in these bases to hold the energy.
I’m not an expert at thorium, but I was recently on a project where a private organization – a private corporation – hired me to . . . They sent out people all over the United States – a scientific team – to find the LARGEST deposit of thorium here in the United States.
And I know exactly where that’s at. And that is also in New Mexico. I’m not going to tell you the city it’s located near, but I’ll tell you it’s in New Mexico.
And there’s an unlimited amount of thorium there that could power all the planets, and all the bases, and, of course, us right here indefinitely – INDEFINITELY – I mean with the amount of energy we already currently use.
Smith and Goode are revealing that Thorium is used in a cold fusion process that provides a virtually unlimited power supply for covert projects and spacecraft.
Smith and Goode go on to discuss the latest hologram technology, and how incredibly advanced it has become to the extent that holograms can physically appear to be hard and even have mass:

Emery: Yeah, I totally can attest to that as well, and I was part of . . . not part of that, but there was compartmentalized projects near me during that that were working on satellites that could do that, or they were putting that technology in satellites in the early ’90s, and I think it was probably before that.
Corey: Yeah. What’s crazy is they’ll have a hard light panel. They remove the source of the power or electricity, and it stays.

• George Knapp and his “I-Team” of UFO investigators (pictured above) have released the first documents pertaining to the Pentagon UFO research program, the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’, run by Luis Elizondo and reported in December by the New York Times. (see links to documents below). The NYT article was accompanies by to declassified military videos of UFO’s, one dubbed the ‘tic-tac’ UFO seen by Navy pilots over the Pacific off of San Diego in 2004.
• Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada created and funded the program which lasted from 2008 to 2012. The top-secret government contract was awarded to Bigelow Aerospace. Elizondo confirms that Reid did not unlawfully funnel the contract to his old friend, Robert Bigelow. Rather, Bigelow had spent years and millions of dollars on his own scientific study of UFOs and related topics, and had hired a team of 46 scientists and investigators, along with dozens of other support personnel, at his Utah facility. Therefore, Bigelow was considered the most qualified to conduct a pentagon program to study breakthrough aircraft/ spacecraft propulsion technologies.
• Elizondo oversaw the study from the Pentagon, and focused on military encounters with unknown aircraft. He kept a low profile relying on an informal network of colleagues to investigate cases that came in. Said Elizondo, “It is a confederated approach, so you had folks in the Navy, in DIA, in pockets here and there. We worked collectively.”
• There was pushback at the Pentagon. Some worried the study would become an embarrassment if the word got out. Others opposed it on religious grounds.
• Bigelow Aerospace’s study produced volumes of highly technical scientific reports including projections about warp drives and anti-gravity propulsion. “These studies are so loaded with information,” Sen. Reid said. “One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there’s no explanation for. Well there are now.”

LAS VEGAS – UFO investigators are hoping to obtain a treasure trove of Pentagon documents that were generated by a once-secret military study of flying saucers and other weird aircraft.
The government confirms there was a UFO program. It supposedly ended in 2012, but the Pentagon has not yet released any reports or files.
The I-Team gives the first look at documents which prove the UFO study was real and was based in southern Nevada.
Last October, former intelligence officer Luis Elizondo revealed he’d been in charge of a secret Pentagon project that studied UFOs. The story picked up steam two months later when the New York Times reported the name of the program AATIP or Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. At the same time, two once-classified videos were released.
One of them a 2004 encounter between warplanes from the USS Nimitz carrier group and a vastly superior UFO dubbed the Tic Tac.
“I received communication from a man who worked for one of the defense agencies, a PHD in physics and math. He said ‘I know everything about rockets but I don’t know what these things are,'” said Sen. Harry Reid.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid started a dialogue with a senior scientist working for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Alarmed that no one was paying attention to dramatic intrusions by unknown aircraft, Reid and colleagues secured funding for an ongoing study, but it wasn’t called AATIP. The original acronym was AAWSAP or Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program.
In Aug. 2008, DIA posted a solicitation for bids. Weeks later, the contract was awarded to Bigelow Aerospace, the initial amount was $10 million. It required Bigelow to provide a facility that qualified for top secret work. Harry Reid did not influence the selection process.

• If aliens reach out to us, what would happen first? Would it cause a panic, as when the H.G. Wells novel “War of the Worlds” played on the CBS Radio system across the United States? Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) researcher Duncan Forgan thinks that the “War of the Worlds” broadcast may be instructive as SETI scientists worldwide update their “first contact” protocols. The International Academy of Astronautics SETI Permanent Committee created a post-ET detection protocol in 1989 which was updated in 2010. The new update should be finished in a few years, says Forgan.
• Scientists assume alien contact would happen through a signal purposely sent toward Earth. The signal would be verified by multiple observatories, and once confirmed it would be announce this to the world at a press conference. Everyone in the project would need to be sworn to secrecy during the verification period. But in this day and age, it would likely be leaked. In such a case, scientists would inform the public on the degree of likelihood that the alien contact is “real.”
• If aliens physically arrived here, these “first contact” protocols likely would be useless as the ET beings would do whatever they liked. The manner in which the ET’s presented themselves to the planet would be up to them.
• The first modern SETI experiment searching for an extraterrestrial ‘signal’ took place in 1960. Under Project Ozma, Cornell University astronomer Frank Drake pointed a radio telescope (located at Green Bank, West Virginia) at two stars called Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani. On August 15, 1977, the Ohio State University SETI’s program made international headlines after a project volunteer wrote, “Wow!” beside a strong signal received by a telescope there. The “Wow” signal was never repeated, however.
• The SETI Institute was founded in 1984, giving rise to many other independent SETI groups at universities and institutions worldwide. Currently, the SETI Institute, in collaboration with other institutes, is working on a concept called the Allen Telescope Array, which has dozens of radio dishes in northern California.
• Greetings to aliens have also been offered through space probes such as Pioneers 10 and 11 on which a plaque was mounted showing the form of the human body and where the Earth is located in the galaxy. The Pioneer spacecraft also contained two golden records with recorded Earth sounds ranging from whale calls, to music, to the word “hello” in many languages. A 1974 radio transmission from the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico included such things as the numbers 1 through 10, the atomic numbers of elements such as hydrogen and oxygen, information about DNA, and diagrams of a human body, the Earth and our solar system.

It’s a question that has puzzled science fiction fans and scientists alike for decades, and we already may have a hint of how people will react. On Oct. 30, 1938, a dramatized version of the 1898 H.G. Wells novel “War of the Worlds” played on the CBS Radio system across the United States. The story details how Martians attacked Earth.
The radio broadcast caused a reaction when people mistook it for a real radio report, but accounts vary as to how much of a reaction. Some accounts describe nationwide panic, while others say not very many people actually listened to the broadcast. The promise of alien life stars in Episode 1 of “AMC Visionaries: James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction,” which debuts on AMC tonight. Still, Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) researcher Duncan Forgan told Space.com the “War of the Worlds” broadcast may be instructive to think about as SETI scientists worldwide update their “first contact” protocols.
“If you pick the right science fiction — the hard science fiction — it’s placed in the best possible educated guesses about what will happen,” said Forgan, who is a research fellow at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. He explained that “hard” science fiction refers to science fiction that emphasizes accuracy (think the 2015 movie “The Martian,” for example).
If researchers find a signal today, Forgan said, one of the things they will have to manage is a public used to getting constant news updates on Twitter and other forms of social media. It’s something Forgan and his colleagues are already working on. The International Academy of Astronautics SETI Permanent Committee created a post-detection protocol in 1989 that was slightly updated in 2010; a new update is starting soon and should be finished in a few years, Forgan said.
Scientific work
For the most part, scientists assume alien contact would happen through a signal purposely sent toward Earth. The “acid test” is to make sure the signal is verified by multiple observatories, said SETI Institute senior astronomer Seth Shostak. “It would take a while to verify, and then the people who like to think about these matters say you would have a press conference and announce this to the world,” he said, but he added that wouldn’t work unless everyone in the project were sworn to secrecy. In this era of news leaks, he said that situation is very unlikely to hold.
So, scientists try instead to stick to a protocol that includes informing the public. The 2010 IAA protocol only runs to two pages and covers facets such as searching for a signal, handling evidence and what to do in the case of a confirmed detection.
If the evidence gets out to the public while the scientists are still analyzing the signal, Forgan said they could manage the public’s expectations by using something called the Rio Scale. It’s essentially a numeric value that represents the degree of likelihood that an alien contact is “real.” (Forgan added that the Rio Scale is also undergoing an update, and more should be coming out about it in May.)
If the aliens did arrive here, “first contact” protocols likely would be useless, because if they’re smart enough to show up physically, they could probably do anything else they like, according to Shostak. “Personally, I would leave town,” Shostak quipped. “I would get a rocket and get out of the way. I have no idea what they are here for.”

• In her new book, Hybrid Humans: Scientific Evidence of Our 800,000-Year-Old Alien Legacy, Australian researcher Daniella Fenton suggests that the fusion of Chromosome-2 into human DNA around 780,000 years ago, thus altering the genetic make-up of early humans to make them more intelligent, was an ‘upgrade’ to the human species by extraterrestrials.
• “Approximately 800,000 years ago human brain size went into a sudden rapid increase in size and complexity which has long been a mystery to archaeologists,” said Fenton. “The gene is highly active in controlling decision-making and enabling language abilities. [It] suddenly formed out of junk DNA.” The Chromosone-2 upgrade is only found in large-brained humans, Neanderthals and Denisovans, and no other primate species. “The three species went on to become advanced humans with art, culture and increasingly complex technologies,” noted Fenton.
• Mrs Fenton and her husband, Bruce Fenton, previously co-authored a book entitled Alcheringa which promotes the theory an alien spaceship from the Pleiades star cluster exploded in our atmosphere hundreds of thousands of years ago. The survivors, who couldn’t survive without the mother ship, engineered Homo sapiens. In the book they claim that the melted wreckage of the crashed craft explains the mysterious Australites tektite buttons, small dark glass objects found across Australia and Asia that geologists have dated to around 780,000 years ago. Says Mrs Fenton, “According to a NASA study, the resulting liquid glass (containing around 80% silica from melted quartz crystal) formed spheres in space which then instantly froze and began to fall into our atmosphere… As they entered they heated and melted to form unique button shapes before landing right across Australasia.”
Ancient astronauts travelled through a “wormhole” in the Pleiades star cluster but couldn’t survive on Earth, it’s claimed.
Extraterrestrials decided instead to “alter the genetic make up” of early human ancestors so they became more intelligent.

What Mrs Fenton claims are the “signature of aliens” is dramatic changes to a neocortex gene called ARHGAP11B – associated with sight and hearing in mammals.
The official explanation for Chromosome-2, the second largest in humans, does not involve aliens.
Researcher JW IJdo concluded Chromosome-2 “marks the point at which two ancestral ape chromosomes fused to give rise to human Chromosome-2.”
The Australian author, who studied equine genetic and is a spirtualist and certified shaman, claims to have physical evidence to support the ancient alien theory.
Her husband Bruce is also a writer who worked on the research.

In the article “LUIS ELIZONDO: MUFON’s Exclusive Interview” that came out in the May 2018 issue of the MUFON Journal, I found important points to think about and which relate with AATIP (The DOD’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) and with TTSA (To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences). The article authors were Chase Kloetzke, Kerry McClure and Roger Marsh.
Elizondo’s POINT 1) It becomes unclear whether TTSA will be allowed to reveal details of the metamaterial allegedly obtained from a UAP. After explaining that it is a mistake to call it a “metal alloy” Chase Kloetzke and MUFON colleagues-authors write:
“Lue (Luis Elizondo) was unable to answer if the material was used to develop anything, but added, “One would assume that we want to analyze and try to exploit as much as possible any type of new material that we find. So, we’re most likely not going to hear too much more of that, much like all of a sudden we have Velcro or Teflon.”
My COMMENT: To avoid dangerous technology from reaching the whole world I think that at least a few highly credible scientists should sign a non-disclosure agreement and verify the unique, non-earthly characteristics of the metamaterial(s) and publicly testify under oath to Congress that what they’ve seen and scientifically verified is unlikely to have been manufactured by any known country. This would give more credence to the confirmation/disclosures thus far given. It’s been 73 years+ of skeptics and scientists asking for a “physical evidence” related to genuine UFOs and now that it has been announced it should not be considered “evidence given” based only on the credibility and authority of the TTSA members. Civilians and various institutions should assist TTSA in research. This is a great opportunity for the scientific community to rise up to the challenge. The more social forces care about the subject the more information will be released and processed in a healthy manner.
Elizondo’s POINT 2) MUFON researcher Chase Kloetzke asked Mr. Elizondo if they learned anything that keeps him up at night. The reply was “I think it’s not necessarily negative.I think we are in the precipice of potentially understanding a new paradigm. You know, mankind, our evolution has been marked by moments of clarity….I believe we are on the precipice of understanding a little bit more of our place in the cosmic neighborhood and I think that should be exciting and thrilling. We must remain cautious and diligent, but I’m not sure we necessarily need to be afraid. Concerned, sure. I’ll buy that. Afraid, I don’t think so.”
My COMMENT: I’m glad he has not seen signs of danger in the UAP, intelligent phenomenon (besides its use of unauthorized airspace as modern nation-states legally think about “their” airspace). This coincides with about 90%+ of the survey responses by experiencers in the F.R.E.E. survey. However, IF other reports (based on more specific testimony) of a space fleet needed to defend Earth against intruders (with the assistance of other benevolent civilizations) is true, the issue would be more complex than expected.
Elizondo’s POINT 3) MUFON QUESTION: Is there a space force? ANSWER: “Lue smartly answered, “Next question. Can I buy a vowel?”
My COMMENT: What does this mean? Does it mean that, yes, there is a secret space force that he is aware about but cannot mention? If so, is it elementary-initial level or super advanced as some insiders claim? How is TTSA going to sort out this issue in the future? How far does the “rabbit hole” go?
Elizondo’s POINT 4) MUFON asked: “MUFON has had many cases with Government intervention, reports and even investigations that included military jets or helicopters chasing UFOs….Is there any desire for To the Stars Academy to look at some of this evidence?” ANSWER: “To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science intends to look at…all of these incidents.” Lue answered, “No matter how serious or how ridiculous, we want the full spectrum. We want chips to fall where they fall and let the data speak for itself while we develop and fully implement this community of interest. It is going to be every bit as capable as Google or anything else.
This is the first time we can analyze data nearly in real time, in a manner that allows us to determine very quickly: is it something legitimate or is it a hoax?”
My COMMENT: Great! The “full spectrum” is a truthful attitude especially for a complex subjects with many interrelated aspects.
I believe that TTSA will be allowed to reveal more IF the TTSA community and the human community at large becomes interested and shows that it can handle the information constructively. This seems to coincide with the overall attitude of most UAP intelligences. However, “full spectrum” should include the psychic and consciousness connection, the contactees and experiencers, their alternative histories of mankind, how the cosmic community is structured, possible interventions on humanity (genetic and cultural) and the human community should be able to digest this constructively after its various narrative probabilities have been studied and sorted out with as much scientific methodology as possible.
Elizondo’s POINT 5) When Mr. Elizondo was asked “What is your best guess on the intelligence behind these craft?” He replied, “I think there’s lots of possibilities. But as I said before, itcould be from outer space, inner space or the space in between. …But let’s look at another paradigm here: the present is nothing more than an infinitesimally small point in space-time.
Probably measured in plane-time, in which elements of the future become elements of the past, right? And everything that we do as human beings is experienced in that infinitesimally small moment of space-time; by the way, it’s not static, it’s moving. In fact, one could use the analogy, time is like a fuse, and the parts of the fuse that have already burned that are ashes – that’s the past. The part of the fuse that remains intact – that is the future, and this moment, this flash right where the future becomes the past, is really hard to define, because if you were to zoom close enough, you would see parts of the fuse burn unevenly.
Parts of the future and parts of the past are kind of lying over each other, and we’re now seeing this in the quantum world….the electron is actually going through the fabric of space-time and is actually ebbing in and out of existence and reappearing at an infinitely fast rate. And so, therefore the electron is everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
So, if we experience everything through this tiny little optic, everything we’ve built, everything we’ve learned, every emotion, love, fear, hate, every experience as a human being is through this tiny little moment of space-time as we are moving forward. What if there were other species or even humans, where their understanding of the present, that optic, that spark, is maybe a little bigger?
Rather than being a point, maybe it’s a range. Mabe the understanding of the present isn’t a point, but it’s a range, and maybe there’s elements of the future and the past that are experienced as the present, and, therefore, what we perceive as linear space-time maybe others don’t. In fact, maybe these are things that have lived here forever, before us. Maybe, we share the space with them.”
My COMMENT: Yes,I also think that UAP intelligences may be able to experience a “wider present,” probably because they are capable of being consciously in contact with the atemporal…to see, let’s say, from above, more simultaneous probable futures and even one’s temporal line specific past and the probable pasts that did not specifically connect with our preferred temporal line frame of reference.
I consider the fact that these issues (whether correct or not) are being told by a former official, no-nonsense, accredited person that researched UAPs for several years as very important and mind-opening. Thank you Mr. Elizondo!! It is basically a more sophisticated admission of the serious possibility that we are in fact being “visited” by (in some ways) more advanced intelligences (simplistically known as “extraterrestrials”). Inner, psychological, experiential space and physical experiential space may connect in a more useful manner for these intelligences and our civilization needs to understand how this comes to be.
While the word “consciousness” was not mentioned, it was implicit as being able to perceive a wider range of “the present” relates with consciousness as the capacity to experience. Also, if we share the same space, perhaps our legal concerns about other intelligences manifesting in our detectable space would be concerns about the right to maintain our reduced experiential space-time (including its national atmospheric air space, oceans, inside the Earth’s crust space) without being interfered with. But what if there are other ranges of space-time on Earth that we have no access too? Shouldn’t we also recognize them as legitimate for the use of these UAP intelligences? Should we also legally accept their appearance in the specific space-time segment which we normally perceive? These legal issues are a sobering and beautiful challenge.
More of us really need to grow up (meaning to expand our views and identifications) and to personally work with these issues constructively in order to create a new civilization as demanded by wider facts; generating values to live with respect toward a more connected form of existence…a connection of experiencing consciousnesses in the deeper layers of reality which overcome less ontologically real space-time separations.
Meeting the challenge which involves these more formal “revelations” requires from us to successfully come to terms with the reality world of the “UAP intelligences” as a reality which is not separate from us, especially as their technology and the cultural, political and exopolitical implications of true UAPs and their intelligences become undeniable.
Mr. Elizondo also asks us as individuals in a society to “ask the hard questions and pursue the truth.” To become involved, to care about these issues and to recognize their importance. He said that that kind of inquiry should be done by true patriots; that To the Stars Academy should not be composed by “yes people.” I heartfully agree.
After speaking (in the 2018 Contact in the Desert Conference) with Mr. Peter Levenda the chosen writer for TTSA and (in the 2018 joint IRVA/SSE Conference) with Dr. Hal Puthoff a well-known physicist working with TTSA, I found them to be sincere, well-intentioned, reasonable and cautious in what they declare. I think that they are sincerely working with the information available to them even though they may personally suspect that other programs have been researching different issues and aspects at since since the so called “Roswell Incident.” I don’t think that most members of TTSA are necessarily pushing the idea of “an alien threat” or the continuation of a cover-up in order to further a deeply-seated mindset and some self-serving powerful individuals and entrenched interests within the military industrial complex. I think that this group of people are simply trying to understand what is going on in a moderate, rational, scientific way that can responsibly educate the public and I think that they are simply a bit weary of some (often insufficiently validated) less moderate declarations within the UFO community.
I also tried to speak with Mr. Elizondo in a conference organized by A.J. Gevaerd in Porto Alegre, Brazil but he didn’t arrive. There were questions which needed clarification and had been sent to me by other researchers…for instance why it was not mentioned from the very beginning that AATIP was in fact a secondary name for a program whose official code name was AAWSAP (The Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program). It would have facilitated obtaining validation that the Pentagon-DIA research indeed existed.
As much as TTSA needs to reach out not only to the general public but to serious – more rational and scientifically careful – researchers in the UFO community, I think that the UFO research community also needs to overcome excessive suspicions and to be more supportive of the effort led by TTSA members, even if the latter (understandably) consider the possibility of a ‘threat’ as something that has to be logically considered, especially in connection with the Pentagon. I think that the UFO community needs to extend bridges towards TTSA with a friendlier attitude and for – all of us together – to expand our personal identification psychological barriers so as to carefully sort the wheat from the chaff.

• In two recent research papers, Harvard Professor Abraham Loeb and Sonneberg Observatory researcher Michael Hippke looked at the challenges that extra-terrestrials would face launching chemical rockets from large planets and also planets in a close orbit to its central sun. Both situations create a gravity well that would require an escape velocity impossible for chemical rocket propulsion.
• Our G-type Earth is unique in that it is relatively small and at such a distance from its yellow dwarf star that it will allow a rocket to escape from the Earth’s gravity well. Says Loeb, “By a fortunate coincidence, the escape speed from the orbit of the Earth around the Sun is at the limit of attainable speed by chemical rockets… But the habitable zone around fainter stars is closer in, making it much more challenging for chemical rockets to escape from the deeper gravitational pit there.”
• The most common star in the galaxy is the M-type red dwarf star, accounting for 75% of the stars in the Milky Way Galaxy. The red dwarfs are also the most likely stars to have rocky planets. The nearest star, Proxima Centauri, is such an M-type star. It has an Earth-sized planet, Proxima b, with a ‘habitable zone’ for possible life that is much closer to its’ fainter star than is the Earth to the Sun. “A civilization on Proxima b will find it difficult to escape from their location to interstellar space with chemical rockets,” says Loeb.
• Hippke suggests that planets that have more mass than the Earth, and therefore a higher surface gravity, along with flatter topography, shallow oceans, and a thicker atmosphere, may be ideal for biological life. But the higher surface gravity means that it will also have a higher escape velocity. The amount of propellant needed lift a rocket out of the planet’s gravity would make this method of propulsion impractical. This could have a serious effect on an alien civilization’s space travel. Explains Hippke, “On more massive planets, space flight would be exponentially more expensive. Such civilizations would not have satellite TV, a moon mission, or a Hubble Space Telescope. This should alter their way of development in certain ways we can now analyze in more detail.”
• Both Loeb and Hippke also noted that extra-terrestrial civilizations could address these challenges by adopting other methods of propulsion. Chemical propulsion may be something that few technologically-advanced species would adopt because it is simply not practical. Therefore, it would make sense to search for extraterrestrial signals associated with lightsails or nuclear engines near dwarf stars.
• “Civilizations from Super-Earths are much less likely to explore the stars,” reasons Hippke. “They would be (to some extent) “arrested” on their home planet, and make more use of lasers or radio telescopes for interstellar communication instead of sending probes or spaceships.”
• [Editor’s Note] On the other hand, advanced civilizations who have mastered anti-gravity propulsion, space-time wormholes, and space-time bubbles would consider chemical-fueled or even nuclear-fueled rockets to be primitive technology. The UFO’s we see darting all around the sky certainly aren’t rockets.
Since the beginning of the Space Age, humans have relied on chemical rockets to get into space. While this method is certainly effective, it is also very expensive and requires a considerable amount of resources. As we look to more efficient means of getting out into space, one has to wonder if similarly-advanced species on other planets (where conditions would be different) would rely on similar methods.
Harvard Professor Abraham Loeb and Michael Hippke, an independent researcher affiliated with the Sonneberg Observatory, both addressed this question in two recently–released papers. Whereas Prof. Loeb looks at the challenges extra-terrestrials would face launching rockets from Proxima b, Hippke considers whether aliens living on a Super-Earth would be able to get into space.

The papers, tiled “Interstellar Escape from Proxima b is Barely Possible with Chemical Rockets” and “Spaceflight from Super-Earths is difficult” recently appeared online, and were authored by Prof. Loeb and Hippke, respectively. Whereas Loeb addresses the challenges of chemical rockets escaping Proxima b, Hippke considers whether or not the same rockets would able to achieve escape velocity at all.
For the sake of his study, Loeb considered how we humans are fortunate enough to live on a planet that is well-suited for space launches. Essentially, if a rocket is to escape from the Earth’s surface and reach space, it needs to achieve an escape velocity of 11.186 km/s (40,270 km/h; 25,020 mph). Similarly, the escape velocity needed to get away from the location of the Earth around the Sun is about 42 km/s (151,200 km/h; 93,951 mph).
As Prof. Loeb told Universe Today via email: “Chemical propulsion requires a fuel mass that grows exponentially with terminal speed. By a fortunate coincidence the escape speed from the orbit of the Earth around the Sun is at the limit of attainable speed by chemical rockets. But the habitable zone around fainter stars is closer in, making it much more challenging for chemical rockets to escape from the deeper gravitational pit there.”
As Loeb indicates in his essay, the escape speed scales as the square root of the stellar mass over the distance from the star, which implies that the escape speed from the habitable zone scales inversely with stellar mass to the power of one quarter. For planets like Earth, orbiting within the habitable zone of a G-type (yellow dwarf) star like our Sun, this works out quite well.
Unfortunately, this does not work well for terrestrial planets that orbit lower-mass M-type (red dwarf) stars. These stars are the most common type in the Universe, accounting for 75% of stars in the Milky Way Galaxy alone. In addition, recent exoplanet surveys have discovered a plethora of rocky planets orbiting red dwarf stars systems, with some scientists venturing that they are the most likely place to find potentially-habitable rocky planets.
Using the nearest star to our own as an example (Proxima Centauri), Loeb explains how a rocket using chemical propellant would have a much harder time achieving escape velocity from a planet located within its habitable zone.
“The nearest star to the Sun, Proxima Centauri, is an example for a faint star with only 12% of the mass of the Sun,” he said. “A couple of years ago, it was discovered that this star has an Earth-size planet, Proxima b, in its habitable zone, which is 20 times closer than the separation of the Earth from the Sun. At that location, the escape speed is 50% larger than from the orbit of the Earth around the Sun. A civilization on Proxima b will find it difficult to escape from their location to interstellar space with chemical rockets.”

Hippke’s paper, on the other hand, begins by considering that Earth may in fact not be the most habitable type of planet in our Universe. For instance, planets that are more massive than Earth would have higher surface gravity, which means they would be able to hold onto a thicker atmosphere, which would provide greater shielding against harmful cosmic rays and solar radiation.
In addition, a planet with higher gravity would have a flatter topography, resulting in archipelagos instead of continents and shallower oceans – an ideal situation where biodiversity is concerned. However, when it comes to rocket launches, increased surface gravity would also mean a higher escape velocity. As Hippke indicated in his study: “Rockets suffer from the Tsiolkovsky (1903) equation : if a rocket carries its own fuel, the ratio of total rocket mass versus final velocity is an exponential function, making high speeds (or heavy payloads) increasingly expensive.”
For comparison, Hippke uses Kepler-20 b, a Super-Earth located 950 light years away that is 1.6 times Earth’s radius and 9.7 times it mass. Whereas escape velocity from Earth is roughly 11 km/s, a rocket attempting to leave a Super-Earth similar to Kepler-20 b would need to achieve an escape velocity of ~27.1 km/s. As a result, a single-stage rocket on Kepler-20 b would have to burn 104 times as much fuel as a rocket on Earth to get into orbit.
To put it into perspective, Hippke considers specific payloads being launched from Earth. “To lift a more useful payload of 6.2 t as required for the James Webb Space Telescope on Kepler-20 b, the fuel mass would increase to 55,000 t, about the mass of the largest ocean battleships,” he writes. “For a classical Apollo moon mission (45 t), the rocket would need to be considerably larger, ~400,000 t.”
While Hippke’s analysis concludes that chemical rockets would still allow for escape velocities on Super-Earths up to 10 Earth masses, the amount of propellant needed makes this method impractical. As Hippke pointed out, this could have a serious effect on an alien civilization’s development.
“I am surprised to see how close we as humans are to end up on a planet which is still reasonably lightweight to conduct space flight,” he said. “Other civilizations, if they exist, might not be as lucky. On more massive planets, space flight would be exponentially more expensive. Such civilizations would not have satellite TV, a moon mission, or a Hubble Space Telescope. This should alter their way of development in certain ways we can now analyze in more detail.”

• On April 18th, NASA launched the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, or “TESS” from Cape Canaveral, Florida. (It was delayed two days to tweak the Falcon 9’s rocket’s guidance, navigation and control systems.) TESS’ two-year, $200M mission is to hunt for alien worlds in our local star system. The satellite will focus on the nearest and brightest stars, using its four cameras to look for worlds that may be close enough to be studied in depth by other instruments.
• TESS principal investigator George Ricker says, “TESS is going to dramatically increase the number of planets that we have to study… “It’s going to more than double the number that have been seen and detected by Kepler.” (The Kepler satellite previously mapped 2,650 nearby Exoplanets.) These satellites locate Exoplanets using the “transit method,” by noting tiny brightness dips these worlds cause when they cross their host star.
• TESS will zoom around our planet, on a highly elliptical 13.7-day orbit that no spacecraft has ever occupied before. This orbit will take TESS as close to Earth as 67,000 miles and as far away as 232,000 miles. TESS will arrive in its final orbit in mid-June, if all goes according to plan. The science campaign will start shortly thereafter.
The agency’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) launched today (April 18) from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, rising off the pad atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket at 6:51 p.m. EDT (2251 GMT) and deploying into Earth orbit 49 minutes later.
TESS will hunt for alien worlds around stars in the sun’s neighborhood — planets that other missions can then study in detail. And the spacecraft will be incredibly prolific, if all goes according to plan.
“TESS is going to dramatically increase the number of planets that we have to study,” TESS principal investigator George Ricker, of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said during a pre-launch briefing Sunday (April 15).
“It’s going to more than double the number that have been seen and detected by Kepler,” Ricker added, referring to NASA’s Kepler space telescope, which has spotted 2,650 confirmed exoplanets to date —about 70 percent of all the worlds known beyond our solar system.
And the Falcon 9’s first stage came back to Earth less than 9 minutes after liftoff today, touching down softly on a robotic SpaceX “drone ship” stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. SpaceX has now pulled off two dozen such landings during Falcon 9 launches — part of the company’s push to develop fully and rapidly reusable rockets and spacecraft, a breakthrough that SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk has said will revolutionize spaceflight.
SpaceX has re-flown 11 of these first stages to date, but the tally didn’t increase today: This Falcon 9 was brand-new.
Today’s launch was originally scheduled for Monday evening (April 16), but it was delayed by two days to give SpaceX time to investigate a potential issue with the rocket’s guidance, navigation and control systems.
Looking for nearby worlds
Like Kepler, TESS will find alien planets using the “transit method,” noting the tiny brightness dips these worlds cause when they cross their host stars’ faces. But there are some big differences between the missions.
During its prime mission from 2009 through 2013, Kepler stared continuously at a single patch of sky, monitoring about 150,000 stars simultaneously. (Kepler is now embarked on a different mission, called K2, during which it studies a variety of cosmic objects and phenomena, exoplanets among them. But the iconic telescope’s days are numbered; it’s almost out of fuel.) Most of these stars are far from the sun — from several hundred light-years to 1,000 light-years or more.
But TESS will conduct a broad sky survey during its two-year prime mission, covering about 85 percent of the sky. The satellite will focus on the nearest and brightest stars, using its four cameras to look for worlds that may be close enough to be studied in depth by other instruments.

In response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by MuckRock, an on-line, not-for-profit organization that researches and shares government documents, to Washington State Fusion Center in regard to an investigation into Antifa and white supremacist groups, the Center accidentally included a zip file titled “EM effects on human body”.
This document file turned out to be about the effect of electromagnetic/psych-electronic “weapons” on people, such as reading one’s mind, causing intense pain, severe itching, and ‘remote brain mapping’. In other words, this is about remote mind control on humans.
This doesn’t appear to be governmental documents. Some documents reveal no source whatsoever, others provide nebulous sources that cannot be found. So it is unclear how this document file wound up in this FOIA response. When the WSFC was called for an explanation, they didn’t return the call.

When you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time. Recently, we here at MuckRock had one of our most bizarre gets yet – Washington State Fusion Center’s accidental release of records on the effects of remote mind control.
As part of my ongoing project looking at fusion centers’ investigations into Antifa and various white supremacist groups, I filed a request with the WSFC. I got back many standard documents in response, including emails, intelligence briefings and bulletins, reposts from other fusion centers – and then there was one file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.”
Hmmm. What could that be? What does EM stand for and what is it doing to the human body? So I opened it up and took a look:
Hell yeah, dude.
EM stands for electromagnetic. What you are looking at here is “psycho-electronic” weapons that purportedly use electromagnetism to do a wide variety of horrible things to people, such as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, “rigor mortis,” or most heinous of all, itching.
Now to be clear, the presence of these records (which were not created by the fusion center, and are not government documents) should not be seen as evidence that DHS possesses these devices, or even that such devices actually exist. Which is kind of unfortunate because “microwave hearing” is a pretty cool line of technobabble to say out loud.

• Professor Howard Wiseman and his team of researchers at the University of Tokyo recently verified an experiment devised by the Griffith University’s Centre for Quantum Dynamics and published the results in the journal Nature Communications. They split a single photon and each half was monitored by two separate laboratories, kilometers apart. Action taken upon one particle would cause a simultaneous reaction in the other particle.
• Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher explains the phenomenon in that everything is connected, everything in the universe is one. The result is the instantaneous transfer of information. If all points in space are connected, that means vast distances between places are simply an illusion.
• Ben Rich, the director of Lockheed Skunkwork’s from 1975-1991, was asked how UFO propulsion worked. He said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”
• This “quantum entanglement” challenges Einstein’s theory of relativity. But Ben Rich noted that, “There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars.” However, “these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity,” said Rich.
It’s called quantum entanglement, it’s extremely fascinating and counters what we believe to be the known scientific laws of the universe, so much so that Einstein himself could not wrap his head around it, he referred to it as “spooky action at a distance.”
Recent research has taken quantum entanglement out of the theoretical realm of physics, and placed it into the realm of verified phenomena. For example, an experiment devised by the Griffith University’s Centre for Quantum Dynamics, led by Professor Howard Wiseman and his team of researchers at the University of Tokyo, recently published a paper in the journal Nature Communications confirming what Einstein did not believe to be real: the non-local collapse of a particle’s wave function. And this is just one example of many.

They did this by splitting a single photon between two laboratories, and testing whether measurement of it in one laboratory would actually cause a change in the local quantum state in the other laboratory. In doing so, researchers were able to verify the entanglement of the split single photon. Researchers have since replicated this experiment over and over again, with results of entanglement seen at kilometres of distance.

Sure, there are a lot of philosophies regarding what all of this stuff actually means, but, as Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher puts it, it’s a pre-curser to realizing that everything is connected, and that everything in the universe is one. What happens in what we call reality, is effecting something else in that same reality, it’s all “touching.”
What’s happening here is that, either we are witnessing the transfer of ‘information’ at a speed far greater than the speed of light, or even better, something completely instantaneous.
If all points in space are connected, that means vast distances between places are simply an illusion. Furthermore, quantum entanglement challenges Einsteins theory of relativity, but theories are developed to be tweaked and changed. Unfortunately, our world is plagued with black budget secrecy.

The Lockheed Executives Comments On Space Travel
Ben Rich was the second director of Lockheed Skunkwork’s from 1975-1991. He’s been called the Father of Stealth, having overseen the development of the stealth fighter, the F-117A nighthawk. Before his death, Rich made several shocking open statements about the reality of UFOs and extraterrestrials.

• Harvard astrophysicists Avi Loeb and Manasvi Lingam are exploring the universe looking for ‘exo-civilizations’ using “bio-signatures” and “techno-signatures” that are more technologically advanced than the radio waves that SETI depends on. Loeb and Lingam have explored a number of different ways we might find markers of another civilization.
• For instance, light reflected from a planet covered in power-generating solar cells would carry a techno-signature “signal” of all that silicon. Loeb was quick to point out that a civilization need not be alive now for us to find the techno-signatures that they left behind.
• As our technologies gets better we might suddenly find lots of signals from the activity of technological civilizations. Even a slight change in gravitational waves would create a techno-signature. There also may be artifacts existing in space rather than on planets. “These ‘messages in a bottle’ would be very difficult to detect because they would be putting out very low power,” Loeb said.
• “We humans are probably not special,” Loeb says. With so many planets in the universe, the rise of civilizations may not be so usual. And what makes this moment in history so unique is that we are now poised to start observing exo-planets and their environments in all kinds of new ways.
We’re entering uncharted territory.
For more than 2,000 years, we humans have been arguing about life and, in particular, intelligent life in the universe. But arguing was pretty much where it always ended.
For all that time, we never had any evidence or any data that could raise the discussion above two people with different opinions yelling at each other.
But this era may well be nearing its end.
The “exoplanet” revolution of the last 20 years has shown us that the universe is awash in alien worlds. More exciting, we now have methods where the atmospheres of those worlds may provide indirect evidence — called “bio-signatures” — for the existence of life.
Over the next few decades we may finally have data relevant to the question of other life in the universe.
But what if we want to ask about intelligence? What about alien civilizations — or, as I like to call them, “exo-civilizations”? This is something I have been thinking about a lot over the last few years (it’s the subject of my new book). In carrying out my own studies, I have often been drawn to the work of Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb.

Loeb works on a variety of subjects, including black holes and early cosmic history. But together with collaborator Manasvi Lingam, Loeb has carried out work that is simultaneously deep and expansive on the topic of astrobiology and exo-civilizations.
When we think of aliens and science, we usual usually think of the Search of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). This has often meant radio telescopes being used to search for messages purposely beamed at us from an exo-civilization. But unlike these kinds of purposeful signals, a “techno-signature” is an unintentional marker of the civilization’s existence. With the discovery of so many exo-planets, astronomers will now be spending a lot time staring at these other worlds in many different wavelengths of light (not just radio). This is how they hope to find bio-signatures.
But what about techno-signatures?

Loeb and Lingam have explored a number of different ways we might find markers of another civilization. What, for example, would be the consequences of a civilization covering large portions of its planet in solar cells to generate power? Lingam and Loeb have shown that light reflected from such a planet would carry a “signal” of all that silicon on the planet’s surface, making it an intriguing example of a techno-signature.

• Ufologists and researchers have long suspected that the Pharaohs of ancient Egypt were alien beings or alien-human hybrids (“PreAdamites” or” Anunnaki”). They point to the Egyptian’s advanced scientific knowledge, Egyptian legends that “Gods” descended from the sky in eggs or boats, and Egyptian hieroglyphs that depict elongated headed people who stood much taller than ordinary people, and often had animal heads and features.

It appears that the geographic co-ordinates for the location of the Great Pyramid in Giza, which is 29.9792458°N, is the same number (without the decimal) as the speed of light – 299,792,458 meters per second.
• Of course, we did not know the exact speed of light until 1950. But could the ancient aliens have known thousands of years ago? Did they choose this location for the pyramid based on this calculation? Or is it just an amazing coincidence?
Researchers believe extraterrestrials left one vital clue in its design in Giza, Egypt – its co-ordinates.
The speed of light is 299,792,458 metres per second and the geographic co-ordinates for the Great Pyramid are 29.9792458°N.
However, humans could not measure the speed of light with this precision until 1950.
YouTube user Manu Seyfzadeh asks: “Is it possible that those who placed the great pyramid on the Giza plateau had an inkling of the speed of light to a degree of accuracy not possible without highly technical equipment?”
Another truther writes: “The speed of light in the metric system appears in the design and location of the Great Pyramid, when the decimal point is slid along the value.
“Aliens chose this location for a reason. This striking similarity is difficult to accept as a coincidence.
“There can be no doubt that it is a mathematically intelligent design associated with the stellar belief of its builders.”

• Dr. Norman Bergrun is a noted mechanical engineer who has worked for Ames Research Laboratory, National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, and Lockheed Martin. He went on to found Bergrun Engineering and Research.

Bergrun claims that he discovered intelligent “living spacecraft” growing enormously large and inhabiting the orbit of our solar system’s gas planets, using these planets’ energy to proliferate. Apparently the craft and their “exhaust” are so dense in number that they literally comprise much of the rings around Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune.
• The Ringmakers of Saturn contains government pictures from the voyagers and other high-tech machines of these Spaceships that have been seen over Saturn’s rings. The book is currently selling for $1,500 used and $5,900 new on Amazon.com.

Coming from such a distinguished background, we can make several basic assumptions about him, not least of which is that he is highly intelligent. We can also assume that he knows and has worked with other intelligent and powerful people, and that he has had access to extremely sensitive data, which he himself makes clear in the below interview and in his book, The Ringmakers of Saturn.
What makes Norman’s story so intriguing is not only his impressive background, but the fact that hundreds of other scientists, politicians, and high-ranking military personnel have also shared information like this. He is just one of many insiders exposing the reality of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial beings.

When former NASA astronaut and Princeton Physics Professor Dr. Brian O’Leary said that there is “abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been visiting us for a very long time,” he wasn’t joking. There are now officially declassified documents that verify a long history of military encounters with these objects; objects which are performing maneuvers that no known aircraft can perform, all while traveling at speeds no known aircraft can travel. Not only that, but at the same time that pilots visually confirm their sightings, these objects are being tracked on both air and ground radar.
Dr. Jacques Vallee, notable for co-developing the first computerized mapping of Mars for NASA, and for his work at SRI International on the network information center for ARPANET, a precursor to the modern Internet, published a paper in the Journal of Scientific Exploration titled “Estimates of Optical Power Output in Six Cases Of Unexplained Aerial Objects With Defined Luminosity Characteristics” containing pictures taken by military pilots of the objects they encountered.
When entering into the vicinity of these objects, it’s not uncommon for critical electrical equipment to go ‘dead.’ UFOs have also been seen hovering around global nuclear missile facilities, at which time these facilities completely shut down and the nukes within go offline.

I think that they possibly are manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race that may have been investigating our Earth for centuries.”

KIC 8462852, also known as Tabby’s Star, has dimmed again. Researchers say that it dipped in brightness more dramatically than ever.
• In 2011, the Kepler Space Telescope observed a star that dimmed as much as 22 percent. The star is KIC 8462852, also known as Tabby’s Star named for Tabetha Boyajian, the Louisiana State University astrophysicist who discovered the star. Since then it has been observed to sporadically dim in brightness, then return to normal.
• On March 16, 2018, Boyajian and colleagues recorded the “…deepest dip we have observed since the Kepler Mission in 2013! WOW!!” By March 22nd, the star’s brightness increased rapidly and was nearly back to normal when it started to dim again on March 26th, even moreso than the previous week and setting a new record.
• A planet passing between a star and Earth will typically cause the dimming of the host star by 1 percent or less and at regular intervals. What makes the Tabby’s Star different from many others is that it dims at unpredictable intervals and at varying degrees.
• A popular theory of the cause of Tabby’s Star’s erratic dimming is the orbit of an alien megastructure around the star, such as an array of solar panels created by an intelligent extraterrestrial civilization. Other theories involve the star devouring a nearby planet, or interference by a comet, or interstellar dust.
Louisiana State University astrophysicist Tabetha Boyajian, who discovered the star, and colleagues, revealed that the star has dimmed by at least 5 percent and possibly 10 percent.
The scientists said that Tabby’s star, also called “alien megastructure star” due to its bizarre behaviors suspected to be associated with an intelligent alien civilization, started to dim on March 16 and then returned to normal.
Boyajian and colleagues said that the dip in brightness was the largest observed dip in the star since 2013.

“On Friday (2018 March 16) we noted the last data taken were significantly down compared to normal,” the researchers wrote in their Tabby Star observation blog. “This is the deepest dip we have observed since the Kepler Mission in 2013! WOW!!”
By March 22, the star’s brightness increased rapidly and was nearly back to normal but it started to dim again on March 26.
“Today we have some very big news – data taken at TFN last night show the flux is down 5 percent,” Boyajian and colleagues reported on March 26. “Looks like we beat the record set just last week on the deepest dip observed since Kepler!”
In 2011, the Kepler Space Telescope observed that the star dimmed as much as 22 percent. Other dimming events also occurred throughout 2017.

Many scientists think it is not crazy to think that aliens exist somewhere in our universe, and for some very good reasons.
• In an online profile of a new National Geographic series entitled “One Strange Rock”, the website Mashable reached out to former American astronaut Jeff Hoffman, and former Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield. Hoffman told the site that he believes there is “life elsewhere in the universe.” Hadfield noted that virtually every star has planets, and there are countless stars in our universe. So it is highly likely that there are other intelligent beings in the galaxy.
• So why haven’t we met an alien? The Milky Way galaxy is tremendously vast. It would take an entire lifetime to travel from one end of the galaxy to the other at the speed of light. Also, like ours, civilizations come and go. Intelligent life on Earth has only existed for a mere blip in Earth’s existence. Whether we will ever encounter them, however, is tough to say.
• [Editors Note] Once again, the premise is that Extra-Terrestrials labor under the same galaxy-view and technology that the people do here on Earth. But what if ET technology isn’t limited to the speed of light? What if ET civilizations last for millions of years? What if ET are already here but reluctant to reveal themselves? In an article and interview regarding his December 2017 off-world meetings near Jupiter and Saturn, Secret Space Program insider Corey Goode discussed how full disclosure is related to an upcoming Solar Flash series of events. He also discussed a solar system wide quarantine imposed by a “Galactic Federation”, which is a very different body to the “Super Federation” comprising 40-60 human looking extraterrestrial races he says have been involved in genetic engineering experiments on Earth.
Part one in this series about his December meetings discussed the “Super Federation” ending its long term genetic experiments, and part two discussed the development of a new representative body comprising an Earth delegation and representatives from 52 adjoining star systems. This leads to a number of questions about how the Galactic Federation plays into all these changes.
In order to clarify issues concerning the Solar Flash events and the role played by the “Galactic Federation” Corey has agreed to answer a number of questions. What follows are the Q&A between us, followed by some analysis on my (Michael Salla) part that make up this co-authored article.

Q1 What is the Galactic Federation? Who are its members?
I have referenced it as the Galactic Federation, through Tear Eir, while the Anshar are calling it the “Galactic Confederation”. The members are highly spiritually and technologically advanced (6th + Density) civilizations that cooperate to facilitate both cosmic law and the various cosmic cycles. The members of the Sphere Being Alliance (Guardians) are members of this federation.
Q2 How is the Galactic Federation different to the Super Federation?
The Super Federation is made up of 4th-5th Density beings that compromise the “Genetic Farmer” races as well as civilizations that were products of the “grand experiment” that advanced to the point of becoming a part of the group doing the experiments. We are supposed to be graduating to this same point very soon. The Galactic Federation as stated above is more responsible for maintaining this Universe/Reality for the One Infinite Creator and exist within what we would consider Other Density or even an Angelic realm. One of the messages I got from the SBA was “We are the messengers and facilitators of the One Infinite Creator”.
Q3 You say that Earth Representatives will be joining a newly reconstituted Super Federation, does Earth have any representative role with the Galactic Federation?
No, the Galactic Federation is for 6th and higher density beings. Humans are considered 3rd-4th Density Transitional Beings. We are set to finish that transition in a relatively short number of years.
Q4 You say that in 2014, the Galactic Federation took over the Solar System wide quarantine from the Sphere Being Alliance, does this mean that they cooperate at all with Solar Warden?
No, the SBA/Guardians quarantined the Solar System in 2014 from all groups. The energetic bubble/sphere that surrounded our Sol System phased out at the same time the giant spheres phased out from inside of our Sol System just prior to the Blue Avians turning the stage over to 2 other SBA beings as I reported would happen early in my testimony. At that time, the Galactic Federation arrived and placed a blockade of extremely high technology that we would really have no way of understanding. Vessels made of light were shown to me though I don’t think I was capable of fully understanding what I was shown. I was under the impression that 6th density beings didn’t need a form of conveyance.
Q5 Does the Galactic Federation correspond to the Nordic races that William Tompkins said are helping the US Navy/Solar Warden build its SSP?
The Nordic races are not the same race. They are multiple races and groups that look similar enough that people mistakenly lump them all into one group. Some are from other Star Systems, some from other timelines within this reality and others are from a completely different reality (Dimension). In most cases these beings are 4th or 5th Density. I have no information about Nordic races that have transitioned into 6th Density other than what is currently on the Internet.
Q6 You have mentioned some confusion over when and how a Solar Flash event is going to play out over the next decade, can you clarify?
Some of the confusion was my own. I am still wrapping my head around all of the information and imagery I was shown while I spent the 3 days with the Anshar. I have said for a while that I was told that it was not one solar event but a series of events that led up to one large event. During my meeting on the LOC while giving my briefing the time frame of 2018-2023/24 arose because of the new information shared with me by the Anshar. I was told that the Elite had expected the final “solar sneeze” to occur at the end of this Solar Minimum period (2018/2019 from their estimates). “Are we officially in Solar Minimum?” was the question of one of the people present. To my dismay that question went unanswered as the people being briefed were paying very close attention to this particular topic.
The Elite began moving underground in large numbers based on this probable timeline. The “Programs” had used probable future technology to nail down the time of Alien and Suppressed Technology Disclosure and The Solar Event. None of them agreed on what the Solar Event would be as many thought it would be a flash that would turn them into ascended light beings while others expected it to be a terrible day for the planet Earth.
If the Anshar are correct, the true answer is somewhere between the two theories. The “Egg Heads” and the Smart Glass Pads described all of this occurring in the 2018-2023/24 time window. Sigmund told me that now that we are entering into Solar Minimum and the Solar Event has not occurred, it is agreed that it will most likely occur when the Sun comes out of Minimum and into Maximum. This is a process that takes approximately 11 years to complete. If the Anshar are correct, we may need every bit of that time to prepare ourselves and manage our Karma and vibrations.
While spending time with the Anshar Elders, they shared their history which would be our future if we indeed follow that timeline. In this history they described how the Sun has been pulsing since the 1930’s and that it continues today. This pulsing is releasing the cosmic energies that enter the Sun from both the Cosmic Web and its EM Field as it passes through the cosmic energy, pulls it in through its magnetic poles and releases the energy through the Sun’s corona into our Solar System. These energies have built up since then which required the presence of the giant spheres to baffle some of the effects on our planet and its inhabitants. Once we had acclimated to these energies a bit more the spheres were removed to allow us to go through the process with less planetary turmoil and end time madness symptoms in humanity. With what we are seeing now, can you imagine what society would be like if the energies had not been buffered?
It was communicated through one elder in particular that there is always some sort of destructive event on the planets that are ascending to 4D and bringing their inhabitants into 4D along with them. The flashes (not necessarily all flashes are visible) that have been occurring will build up to one large solar event. The Anshar described a major Solar Event in their past (Our Future?) that was very much like the “full circumference mass coronal ejection” that I described being one of the scientific theories about the Solar Event.
They described the solar blast being so powerful that it caused a physical pole shift on the Earth of several degrees. They described the atmosphere being breached by the CME in the Northern Hemisphere which caused massive fires that wipe out a large area and in doing so knocks out all technology on the planet. There was a fair amount of loss of life in the actual event.
The final explosion from the Sun had a major effect on the consciousness of the survivors and the Planet. How the survivors handled the blast of energy depended directly on their mental and spiritual states prior to the blast. Those who had dealt with much of their Karma came out of the event virtually unscathed emotionally while those who hadn’t dealt with their spiritual and emotional health needed quite a lot of assistance from some of our cosmic cousins.
This sounds scary, and is to be honest… But they said that this event knocks out the A.I. and allows beings from the Super Federation to openly assist the survivors. The AI has been a major problem for the ET’s and the Anshar. Once removed, all of the beings influenced by the AI will be confused and in a weakened state. This allows the Super Federation (mostly our cosmic cousins at this point) to arrive on Earth openly without being attacked by the various “AI Prophet” species that currently infest our planet. I was also told that there was some sort of cosmic law loophole that allows the ET’s to directly interact with humans on the surface after a potentially civilization ending event. Our civilization is built on electronics at this point. Such an event would change our civilization forever.
This is a very basic summary of the Anshar’s history. I plan to share much more. They also shared how difficult of a transition humanity had in the beginning as we find out how we have been manipulated and then rebel against the entire “Grand Experiment”. While those that fare well through the solar event embrace our cosmic cousins those that did not fare well reject the help of the visitors that come offering assistance as there will be quite a lot of distrust towards non-terrestrials by this group.
A large percentage of our surviving population, the people that did not fare well in the final solar event, apparently rebel by hacking their own DNA and creating designer body effects as well as purposely mixing all human races. This mixing is said to go on for a number of generations before it causes a genetic degenerative disease that seemed to be a form of failsafe built in by a few of the original Super Federation members. This forces that group of humans to then request assistance from one ET Group who also assists them in catching up to the part of the population that fared better. After that rough patch, according to the Anshar, we enter our own “Consciousness Renaissance” that truly turns into the Golden Age of Humanity.
The question is, is this OUR future? This info is different than what I had heard while inside the programs. Is it more accurate than the “scuttlebutt” from the SSP scientists and probable future technologies mentioned in the Smart Glass Pad? Is delivering this information to me a way for the Anshar to “maintain” their timeline?
This is the debate that went on around the table during the briefing at the Lunar Operations Command. I look forward to spending 2 weeks with the Elders in the near future as well as addressing this with Tear-Eir in our dream communications. When I was sitting at the table it was noteworthy that Gonzales, who has spent so much time with the Mayans, didn’t seem shocked nor did he rebut the version of the Anshar shared. I plan on addressing this in much more detail with Gonzales the next time we meet.
I have not sensed manipulation or deception from them to this point so, I am now relaying the information to you. This info will filter through your own lens of perception and challenge your reality bubble. According to what was shared with me by the Anshar, Yes.

It is a part of the earth changing in electrical frequency and attracting objects during the process. I don’t fully understand and didn’t follow up with questions at the time as I didn’t want to interrupt the flow of information that was being shared. About a year or more a go I was shown a number of things by Tear-Eir. One of the things was a massive increase in Earth Quakes, Highly Energetic Storms and lastly Volcanoes erupting in a short period of time.
One of the other things that was shown was a meteor exploding over the ocean but not impacting. This caused a huge tsunami and leaves traces of a metal and a large amount of radiation in the ocean. I know all of this sounds like doom and gloom and not a positive timeline. If what I am told is true, all transitions have a rough phase when the planet the beings are on goes through the last symptoms of transitioning to a higher density. I am told that planets react very similarly when moving densities or higher energetic planes.
I would like to believe that we transition in a smoother way, though from what I have seen of humanity… we do everything the hard way. I hope that when I meet with Tear-Eir next he tells me that we can co-create a different reality. Maybe what we should focus our intent on assisting our planet to make the transition in a smoother way. If the Anshar history is indeed our future, then it gives us even more urgency on focusing on our inner work and raising our vibrations.

Corey’s description of the Galactic Federation as 6th+ density beings existing largely in the Angelic realm, who use light technologies to travel around the universe, and that the Sphere Being Alliance is a member of this Federation was very revealing.
There have long been reports of light ships and contacts with Angelic looking humans throughout our recent history. Many contactees have referred to a Galactic Federation or Confederation, and how contact with its members have led to life changing experiences.
In South America, in particular, there is a long line of contactees who claim to have interacted with the Galactic Confederation, and have focused on consciousness raising activities as a result. These include Sixto Paz Wells, Luis Fernando Mostajo Maertens and Ricardo Gonzales.
Naturally, there is always going to be the question of whether these contacts genuinely involve beings from the Galactic Federation or imposters from the Super Federation, Inner Earth Alliance, and/or Draconian Empire. Contactee’s such as George Kavassilas claim to have experienced many of these different extraterrestrial/inner Earth groups and has discussed at length the deception that underscores them to varying degrees.
This is where discernment is important and some fore knowledge of who the different groups are and how they interact with humanity will help differentiate between them.
Regarding Corey’s visit to Lunar Operations Command, he is referring to a follow up meeting on a secret Moon base where he gave a briefing to the Secret Space Program Alliance about his earlier meetings at a temporal anomaly/space station near Jupiter (Super Federation encounter – December 16, 2017) and a few days later at a similar anomaly/station near Saturn.
Corey said that the elite had “used probable future technology” [likely based on “Looking Glass” technology] to determine what would happen during this current Solar Minimum period [2018-2019]. His reference to elites being divided over whether humanity would ascend into light beings or descend into global chaos reflects a similar diversity of opinions expressed by public figures.
For example, investigative mythologist, William Henry, has been describing the process by which humans can ascend into light beings, and he conducts seminars to assist members of the public in achieving this goal. Others, such as the remote viewer, Ed Dames, have been describing the global chaos that will occur as a result of a solar killshot/flash occurring thereby recommending a number of survival coping strategies.
Corey pointed out that the Anshar believe both processes are likely to occur in the upcoming 2018-2023/24 time window which spans the current Solar Minimum up to the next Solar Maximum. His description of the “full circumference mass coronal ejection” that leads to a Pole Shift, and to much devastation in the Northern Hemisphere is certainly a scary scenario involving much loss of life.
As he points out, however, the upside is that an Artificial Intelligence signal which has been become a big problem for Secret Space Programs, extraterrestrials and our planet more generally, is all but wiped out. The removal of AI influence makes possible the landing of Super Federation extraterrestrials, our Cosmic cousins due to shared genetic lineages to presumably help humanity deal with the coming Earth changes.
This corresponds to the long-predicted mass flying saucer landings that contactees such as Michael Elegion have discussed in his book, Prepare for the Landings, and interviews.
Most fascinating is how Corey discusses the nexus between our immediate future, and how this corresponds to the Anshar’s past, given that they are our descendants who time traveled into the remote past (18 million years BCE) to maintain a positive time line.
It appears that they and we have been largely successful in maintaining this positive time line, and that they will likewise be very helpful in assisting with the coming global events given their intimate knowledge of the timeline we are currently traversing.
Corey says that he will soon spend a couple of weeks with the Anshar where he will get more information that will help humanity deal with what lies ahead, and that through “Gonzales”, the former Navy Lt Commander who now is a liaison with an ancient Mayan Secret Space Program, he also hopes to get more information about the Solar Flash and other events.

I should point out here that when I met two representatives of a Mayan Secret Space Program in Mexico City in 2010, who offered to recruit me in a training program for pilots to fly the Mayan’s spacecraft. I was told that there would be major Earth changes around 2023 and that the trained pilots would serve both in the evacuation and assistance of the population, as well as fighting off Draconian Reptilian influence. I declined the offer since I strongly held the opinion that destructive Earth changes were highly unlikely.

• Astronomic researchers at the University of California Berkeley SETI Research Center created the ‘Breakthrough Listen’ project, a $100M initiative utilizing some of the world’s the most powerful telescopes to scan alien radio waves coming from stars that are billions of light years away. Begun in January 2016, the project has detected 33 alien radio signals to date.
• In March 2018, three new signals were detected. On March 1st and 13th, astronomers at the Parkes Radio Telescope in Australia identified typically weak signals emanating from deep space. On March 9th however, it detected the strongest ‘fast radio burst’ ever received.
• Fast radio bursts (FRBs) can emit as much energy in a second as the sun does in 10,000 years. Scientists don’t know what causes them and they are exceptionally difficult to study. They can last as little as a millisecond and there is no way to predict when they are coming. Some experts say that these FRBs are caused by natural phenomenon, such as exploding neutron stars and enormous cataclysmic events. Others believe they may be caused by extraterrestrial interstellar travel, or are intentionally sent to Earth by extraterrestrials.

• When gathering light signal data from various online mega-telescopes in their search for exoplanets, astronomers drew-the-line at a certain level of signal-to-noise ratio that they were able to monitor. This still left a lot of “noise” below that threshold to sift through. So Google is making the search code available to the general public, so that ordinary folks can monitor these feint signals on their computer.
• In a March 8th blog post senior Google software engineer Chris Shallue detailed the “machine learning code” and how it can be used by anyone to help search for alien planets.
• If the feed indicates an anomaly such as a conspicuous dip in the signal, it could indicate a planet moving in front of its Sun. An algorithm calculates the probability of it being an exoplanet. If it is confirmed by a professional astronomer, you have just found a new planet.
• In fact, a new satellite called the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite will launch April 16, 2018 on a two-year mission to observe potential exoplanets. In a blog post published Thursday, March 8, senior Google software engineer Chris Shallue detailed the machine-learning code and how it can be used to help search for alien planets. To detect planets outside our solar system using tools like the Kepler space telescope, astronomers look at the light and other cosmic radiation that hits the telescope’s photometer. When there’s a conspicuous dip in an otherwise stable amount of light being detected by the telescope, there’s a chance that a planet, star, or something else may be responsible for blocking out some the light. There’s a chance, too, that it might just be instrumental noise. Once an anomaly in the signal is noticed, an algorithm makes a calculation as to the probability of an exoplanet’s existence. It’s not confirmed, however, until an astronomer manually looks through the data and can make an informed decision about what is causing the anomaly.
Because of the immense amount of data being analyzed, astronomers had to develop a way to avoid being overwhelmed by false positives caused by instrumental noise. A signal-to-noise cutoff ratio is applied to the data and any signals below the cutoff point are deemed too likely to be noise to warrant further review. While necessary, such a practice means there may be a number of actual exoplanets who’s signal was below the cutoff ratio, most likely smaller Earth-sized planets, the planets most likely to harbor alien life. That’s where Google’s code comes in.
