From India to Infinity

The meeting attended by a large number of scholars, journalists and intellectuals (at India International Centre, New Delhi on April 18th, 2012),was opened by the chairman of Har-Anand Publlishers, Mr. Narendra Kumar Goel who asked the author of the book to make some introductory comments.

Mr Come Carpentier proceeded to outline four important themes discussed in the book:

1-India’s legacy as an eminent member of a Pan-Eurasian civilization whose origins go back at least ten thousand years and which used to be called “Indo-European” or “Aryan” but is now more accurately identified as “Eurasian” (J. Greenberg), “Paleolithic continuity” (Allinei), “Nostratic” (Holger Pedersen) or even “Anatolian” (Colin Renfrew). Sanskrit is the most complete and elaborate surviving language from that advanced very widespread and culturally rich continental civilization which gathered many different ethnic populations.

There is a great deal of evidence that such a civilization was pluralistic, inclusive and open. As its main heir enjoying uninterrupted continuity with it India has always displayed the same features and as such it provides both a platform for inter-religious and inter-national unity but also reconciles many apparently contradictory antonyms such as monotheism and polytheism, order and chaos, finite and infinity etc…

2-The scientific knowledge acquired and preserved from ancient times in India has acquired new relevance with the rise of the “new sciences” such as quantum physics, epigenetic biology, astrophysics and cybernetics which are testing and confirming some of its precepts and conclusions.

3-Politically India is seen as a potential ally but also as a challenge by the still hegemonic western, mostly Anglo-Saxon empire whose ideological basis is Judeo-Christian and which fears India’s intellectual and spiritual otherness that keep it outside the dominant materialistic-consumerist-reductionist paradigm. India’s traditional approach to scientific inquiry is similar to the method practiced by Leonardo da Vinci and escapes the institutional dogmatism that characterizes the contemporary scientific establishment.

4-India’s ancient cosmology is also finding increasingly solid support in the new vision of the universe which is emerging out of “ufological” observation and research as presented in the science of Exopolitics. Instead of being a closed system surrounded by a dead and inanimate universe, the Earth is found to be an open living planet in constant interaction with the living, biologically thriving surrounding cosmos, inhabited by many species, some of which must necessarily be far more advanced than ours. We are compelled to review our notions about mankind’s place and the structure of the world in the light of the evidence gathered in this field.

Three scholars had been invited to comment.  The first one, Dr Oscar Pujol, an eminent Sanskrit and Indological scholar from Spain who is the director of the Cervantes Institute in New Delhi (Spanish National Cultural Centre) gave a fairly detailed account of the book which he described as “mind boggling” and “refreshing” at the same time. He dwelt on the new scientific vision proposed by the book and in particular, on the notion that “Super-Human”, possibly extraterrestrial or extra-dimensional forms of intelligence are interacting with mankind in a more or less covert or surreptitious way to help us gain and take advantage of technologies which have the potential of saving both mankind and the planet from the grave crises that are engulfing them and threatening their survival. He hailed the optimism of that vision and commended the author’s willingness to brave official and academic rejection by openly discussing the theme of “aliens”. Dr Pujol concluded by saying that the western enlightenment anthropocentric approach, as opposed to the Indian traditional “biocentric” vision was technically “asuric” (demonic) because it subordinated the whole to a part. He applauded the author’s proposal for a synthesis between insight and experimentation, between knowledge and wisdom and between tradition and innovation, defined as “Cosmosophy” and meant to provide solutions to global issues.

The second discussant, Prof. Bharat Gupt, retired from Delhi University, Founder Trustee of the International Forum for India’s Heritage  expatiated further on the theme and pointed out that as an Indian scholar he was fully at home with the concept of various inhabited worlds and of many types of semi-divine and divine beings and also with the notion of cyclical time space. He acknowledged the growing evidence of Secret Government and military related R&D programs in certain countries presented in the book, about UFO-related matters and called for another Armand Assange to find and release secret documents on the matter. He also emphasized the need for scholars both in India and abroad to undertake research into those neglected aspects of traditional scholarship instead of only arguing the same tired old ethnological, linguistic or social controversies.

The third commentator, Prof. Lokesh Chandra, one of the world’s foremost authorities on Buddhist literature, art and philosophy and the Director of the International Academy of Indian Culture, continued in the same vein by pointing out that the concept of many dimensions and many universes is an inherent part of Indian cosmological and physical models and that the Hindu-Buddhist worldview is always open, indefinite, evolving and expanding. He pointed out that one of the universe’s names in Sanskrit which means “brahmanda” or “the expanding egg”. That notion of constant movement and evolution is quite different from the “Semitic” definitive and closed description of the world from beginning to end, as the book FROM INDIA TO INFINITY argues and Lokesh Chandra suggested that the authoritative faith-based profession of monotheism had opened a rift between religion and empirical reality from which Hinduism and Buddhism are both immune, at least at the metaphysical level. He ended by saying that he wished “All Indians would read this book” to understand the importance of their won heritage and the role they should play in the modern age.

Among the audience, one of the world’s most famed scientists and scientific policy-makers Prof. MGK Menon, ex-Chairman of the India International Centre who was minister of Science and Technology in India., President of the National Academy of Sciences, Director of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Technology and played many roles in global organizations, (he is currently a member of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and a Fellow of the Royal Society (UK) was highly appreciative of this discussion and expressed the wish that more such intellectual debates could be held. His positive general response to the exopolitical theme is to be noted. He also happens to be an uncle of the powerful National Security Adviser (NSA) of India, Dr. SS Menon.

In the question and answer session that concluded the evening no one questioned or doubted the exopolitical thesis and the underlying evidence for it. All in all, it was a very successful and well received introduction of the exopolitical theme to a sophisticated but generally uninformed audience.

1976 life on Mars controversy resurrected in new scientific report

A team of scientists and mathematicians analyzing data from the 1976 Viking Mission have concluded that life on Mars was detected in one of the four experiments conducted by the two robotic landers. Their report, “Complexity Analysis of the Viking Labeled Release Experiments,” released last week in the International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sciences” has resurrected a controversy over the results of the Viking Mission’s “Labeled Released experiment” designed by Dr Gilbert Levin. The Viking mission was the only Mars mission so far that was designed by NASA to detect life. Dr Levin was confident that the experiment had detected microbial life on Mars, but his NASA colleagues disagreed and his startling finding was forgotten in the Martian sands of time. This new scientific investigation has concluded that Levin was right all along.

Wikipedia summarizes NASA’s official position on the “Labeled Released experiment” and the position taken by Levin’s colleagues back in 1976:

In the [Labeled Release] LR experiment, a sample of Martian soil was inoculated with a drop of very dilute aqueous nutrient solution. The nutrients (7 molecules that were Miller-Urey products) were tagged with radioactive 14C. The air above the soil was monitored for the evolution of radioactive 14CO2 gas as evidence that microorganisms in the soil had metabolized one or more of the nutrients.…. The result was quite a surprise following the negative results of the first two tests, with a steady stream of radioactive gases being given off by the soil immediately following the first injection. The experiment was done by both Viking probes the first using a sample from the surface exposed to sunlight and the second probe taking the sample from underneath a rock both initial injections came back positive. Subsequent injections a week later did not, however, elicit the same reaction, and the result remains inconclusive.

Here is how Irene Klotz from Discovery News described the novel approach taken by scientists in the newly released report:

Researchers crunched raw data collected during runs of the Labeled Release experiment, which looked for signs of microbial metabolism in soil samples scooped up and processed by the two Viking landers. General consensus of scientists has been that the experiment found geological, not biological, activity.
The new study took a different approach. Researchers distilled the Viking Labeled Release data, provided as hard copies by the original researchers, into sets of numbers and analyzed the results for complexity. Since living systems are more complicated than non-biological processes, the idea was to look at the experiment results from a purely numerical perspective. They found close correlations between the Viking experiment results’ complexity and those of terrestrial biological data sets. They say the high degree of order is more characteristic of biological, rather than purely physical processes.

The team of scientists are very conclusive in their 2012 report:

The only extraterrestrial life detection experiments ever conducted were the three which were components of the 1976 Viking Mission to Mars. Of these, only the Labeled Release experiment obtained a clearly positive response…. We have applied complexity analysis to the Viking LR data….We conclude that the complexity pattern seen in active experiments strongly suggests biology while the different pattern in the control responses is more likely to be non-biological….These analyses support the interpretation that the Viking LR experiment did detect extant microbial life on Mars.

One of the scientists, Dr Joseph Miller a neuropharmacologist and biologist with the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, was interviewed by Discovery News and said: “On the basis of what we’ve done so far, I’d say I’m 99 percent sure there’s life there.”

So are the results from this new scientific investigation of the Viking data conclusive, was life discovered on Mars? A 99 % degree of certainty is very high, and while critics might argue is not conclusive, it would at the very least, have required follow up life detection experiments by NASA over the last three decades. NASA however has not designed such experiments ever since the 1976 Viking Mission. Why not?

According to NASA critic, Richard Hoagload, co-author of Dark Mission: The Secret History of NASA, NASA is not interested in discovering whether life exists or has existed on Mars. Such a discovery would be too disturbing for human civilization as we know it, as starkly revealed in the 1961 NASA Brookings Report presented to the US Congress that Hoagland helped bring to public attention back in 1993. NASA’s real mission appears to be one of merely justifying funding for future space missions that do nothing to disturb the scientific consensus that we are alone in the universe. NASA data pointing to evidence of life in our solar system is systematically ignored, censored or simply disappears. Scientists challenging this policy are silenced, discredited, and/or fired. NASA’s next robotic mission, Mars Science Laboratory (aka Curiosity) again does not have any life detection experiments on board. It’s hard not to disagree with Hoagland’s conclusion that NASA’s real mission is a dark one after all – don’t do anything to prove that life exists elsewhere in our solar system. Thankfully, more and more scientists do not agree, as reevaluation of the 1976 Viking Mission data clearly shows.

Professor Paul Springer from the U.S. Air Command and Staff College was authorized by his employers to discuss military plans to respond to an alien invasion. Springer responded to questions by an Australian Television program exploring possible responses to an alien invasion that aired on Easter Sunday. In the segment titled ““U.S. military making plans for an alien invasion,” he discussed the implications of humanity being confronted by an extraterrestrial threat. Springer’s comments echoed the sentiments by Professor Stephen Hawking in April 2010 that advanced extraterrestrial life is likely to be predatory, and humanity needs to be prepared for contact with hostile off-world visitors. Furthermore, Springer’s comments reveal that a 2006 book titled An Introduction to Planetary Defense: A Study of Modern Warfare Applied to Extra-Terrestrial Invasion, written by a number of defense contractors, may in fact contain many aspects of the Pentagon’s classified plan. Most importantly, Springer’s comments confirm for the first time that the Pentagon has drawn up contingency plans for an extraterrestrial invasion.

In the alien invasion TV segment, Springer was asked: “What do you think would be the alien plan? What would they do first?” He responded:

That really depends on why they are here in the first place. If they are here for the extraction of a specific resource, for example, they might just want to eliminate any resistance that might block them from their objective. If, on the other hand, their goal was actual occupation and conquest, then they would probably have to prioritize anything they perceive as a threat to their own dominance. So, they would probably start by wiping out as many communications networks as possible and eliminating as many weapons that might represent some form of threat either to them, or to the resources they are trying to extract. So they might very well want to counter every nuclear weapon, not because it represented a threat to them, but because it might destroy whatever they’re here to collect.

Significantly, Springer addresses how the Pentagon would view extraterrestrial interference with nuclear weapons. Aliens would interfere with nuclear weapons not because they are dangerous to life here or elsewhere, but because nuclear weapons are a threat to what the aliens wish to collect from Earth. It has been well documented that for 60 years or more, UFOs have been monitoring nuclear weapons facilities, and in some situations have actively interfered with nuclear weapons. Many UFO researchers have interpreted this as a sign that extraterrestrials were trying to warn humanity of the global threat posed by nuclear weapons. Indeed, numerous individuals claiming to have been contacted or abducted by extraterrestrials since the early 1950s have made a similar point. Springer’s comments reveal the contrasting conclusion drawn by the Pentagon in their planning scenario.

Springer is then asked: “Wouldn’t it be a strange situation if humanity had to band together, fighting alongside Russia, or I guess, the Taliban?” He responded:

It would, but keep in mind that many of the greatest civilizations in human history have been formed, basically, to counter a common enemy. When you look at the great world powers of the globe today, you find a lot of them formed because of the fear of a common enemy.

Significantly, this echoes the same sentiment drawn by former President Ronald Reagan at a famous speech at the UN General Assembly in September 1987:

In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside of this world. And yet I ask – is not an alien force already among us?

Reagan’s last question reveals that he did not believe that an alien invasion scenario was something that lay ahead in future decades. It was a contingency humanity had to grapple with in the immediate moment – an extraterrestrial presence was already among us. Global unity was an imperative to deal with all the implications of such a presence! It appears that Reagan was secretly briefed about extraterrestrial life, and some of the threats this posed to humanity. Was he really warning the world about classified alien secrets withheld from the global public?

Not so fast according to reporters such as Alex Jones and Kurt Nimmo. They believe that the alien invasion scenario described by Springer would in fact be a false flag operation using very earthly advanced technologies to simulate an alien invasion: The goal would be to justify the creation of a one world government where more and more civil liberties would be lost – especially for U.S. citizens.

A false flag alien invasion scenario was first revealed by Dr Werner Von Braun, a founder of the US Apollo Space Program, to Carol Rosin shortly before the former’s death in 1977 This gives credence to a possible agenda behind the Pentagon leaking an alien invasion plan. The threat would be contrived, extraterrestrials aren’t real at all. What, however, would be the case if Reagan’s warning was authentic, and extraterrestrials are already here? In such a scenario, there would be many good reasons why Jones and Nimmo are wrong, and greater global governance would be essential in dealing with advanced extraterrestrial life and technology.

Prof Springer’s revelation of classified Pentagon plans to respond to an alien invasion raises many intriguing questions. Most importantly, Springer reveals that the Pentagon acknowledges the importance of thinking through the many national security issues surrounding the possible existence of extraterrestrial life and technology. Whether one agrees with former President Reagan that extraterrestrials are already here and constitute a global threat, or whether the Pentagon plan is merely a ruse for a false flag event to usher in a one world government; in either case, the time for serious study of issues concerning extraterrestrial life has come. The global media and scholarly community need to educate themselves and the public about the many political implications of advanced alien life, evidence that such life is already visiting us, and finally whether extraterrestrials are our friends or foes.

Humanity, a collective consciousness – creating extraterrestrial contact

Like so many who live in this world, that follow UFO sightings, wonder why all the secrecy, imagine technology existing somewhere that we only see in science fiction, I have often wondered, if extraterrestrials are really up there, and if they are really telepathic as we hear from accounts of actual contacts or abductions, then why they don’t hear and respond to the inner outcries of so many of us?

“Look what’s happening in the government! Look what’s happening to our environment! We are oppressed… we are in peril… if you are up there and so technologically powerful, why don’t you come down and help us?” Sounds like a prayer to God.

But as the mounting evidence of extraterrestrial craft in our skies, and, in particular, testimonies of ex-military recounting the shutting down of nuclear missile silos or tests when UFOs are spotted in the skies above, then we have some evidence to support the idea that they could indeed come down and help out in various ways.

So… why don’t they?

I’ve sent my inner, telepathic pleas out there as much as anyone. I’ve been watching the wholesale plunder and exploitation of our environment since I was a teen (I’m now in my 50s), understanding all too well what the outcome could be. When I watch various non-human species in peril of extinction, the sheer scope of the suffering involved in both humans and non-humans, it breaks my heart when I pause and really let it in.

One of my recent insights into what might be the mindset of overseeing extraterrestrials comes from our own sciences, the anthropologists and ethnologists who study other cultures, trying as much as they can not to interfere with those societies and their development.

As below, so above: The extraterrestrials, from their orbital and scout craft perspectives, most likely see humanity as a collective entity in the painful process of spiritual and philosophical maturation.

On human collective consciousness

Sigmund Freud came up with the idea that human beings have a compartmentalized consciousness. We have a conscious mind; ego – our waking interactive consciousness. We have a subconscious; the Id – a repository of our fears, rages, aggression and subconscious programming. And we have a super-conscious mind or higher self – that within us which is our conscience, our moral nature, an inner knowing of right and wrong, of good from evil, that which is altruistic and inspired – that which reaches for what is best in our nature. Karl Jung, a contemporary of Freud, conceived the human collective unconscious from his discovery of universal cross-cultural symbology. Teilhard de Chardin brought us the idea of the “noosphere” a field of collective human consciousness around our Earth, of which we are all a part. De Chardin hypothesized that the next evolutionary leap for humanity would be in the realm of this noosphere. More recently, we have the developing theory of “entangled minds” from the work of Dean Radin and his book of the same title, explaining that human consciousness is all entangled and interconnected at the quantum level. Other scientists are also exploring these frontiers of consciousness. So we have a substantial basis for the theoretical postulation of a human collective consciousness.

If we blend these ideas, concepts and the mounting evidence of their veracity, we can consider that human collective consciousness also has its collective compartments of conscious, subconscious and super-conscious mind. Just as individuals seek to know and integrate the contradictory parts of themselves, humanity is going through the same integrative process. Through the mechanism of a crisis of consciousness, individuals are motivated to search their minds and hearts for healing and meaning when these differing parts come into direct conflict, threatening the existence of the individual in some way. This same process is unfolding for the collective entity of humanity. It is this collective crisis of consciousness that could be actually bringing about the right conditions of dawning, expanded awareness that will prepare us for open global contact with extraterrestrials.

The Collective Human Shadow

“And if any of you would punish in the name of righteousness and lay the axe unto the evil tree, let him see to its roots; and verily he will find the roots of the good and the bad, the fruitful and the fruitless, all entwined together in the silent heart of the earth.”

As a spiritual person, desiring to know myself deeply, I understand the principle of the “shadow”, or disowned parts of ourselves, residing in the subconscious, Freud’s Id. These are parts of ourselves that were physically or emotionally hurt or injured that we’ve stuffed away, never allowing our feelings around these incidents to completely unwind and heal. When we are unwilling to look at and reclaim this shadow into a healthy integrated whole Self, it controls our lives and actions to a greater or lesser degree. I have turned my introspective attention to my own shadow through the journey of my life. Shadow parts of me that hate, fear, rage, misinterpret and misconstrue through the perceptual filters of past hurts. It is a necessary part of my process of becoming into the person I would like to be, in more full and conscious alignment with my Higher Self.

Holographic theory teaches us that any part of a whole reflects the whole and vice versa. As individuals have a shadow nature, that acts out in a cry to be heard, healed and integrated, we also have a collective human shadow doing the same thing. As extraterrestrials look at what is going on here on Earth, they are observing our collective human shadow acting out, to the point of planetary crisis. Are they to rush in, codependently rescuing us from the consequences of our own unconsciously destructive impulses as a whole? Enabling us to continue our destructive behaviors because we know we’ll be rescued? Or might they want us to learn, once and for all, that what we do to our planet and home we do to ourselves? That there are consequences to our unconscious behavior that we must face up to, and take action to solve on our own?

By learning this absolutely and taking positive action, we may earn their help. There is much to suggest that such positive collective human action is being taken. From systems theory and the sustainability movement, to recognizing how we can affect positive change by how we direct our consciousness, as in experiments in Transcendental Meditation that have lowered crime rates in major cities, and numerous other studies around group intention, people are waking up en mass. They are discovering their empowerment in creating positive change, without waiting for governments, military or corporations to act in the best interests of everyone.

On the other hand, if our military, or factions within our government or military, are shooting at extraterrestrial craft, trying to bring them down or otherwise show hostility, the extraterrestrials may see this as some part of our collective unconscious still afraid of them, still wanting to exploit them or their technology for greed and profit. Our job as people of Earth is to look within, find out which parts of us still fear the unknown, still hate that which seems too different from ourselves. To discover within ourselves where we still feel a lack of “not enough to go around,” spawning greed that exploits and abuses without regard for the freedom or well-being of populations and ecosystems. If we can find those shadow parts of ourselves – and love, heal and integrate them – we become ready for contact. We need to direct our conscious intent to stop any violence going on covertly against extraterrestrials, by focusing on such hostilities ceasing. We then could visualize meeting the extraterrestrials at last on the common ground that they and ourselves could create together.

Extraterrestrials disabling our nuclear weapons may be done for at least two reasons. The first is that the nature of nuclear fission may have far-reaching negative energetic consequences for the ecology of the galaxy, perhaps even the universe and other dimensions. We know from chaos theory that seemingly small actions in one place can expand and increase exponentially to create large effects elsewhere – the example being given of the butterfly beating its wings in one place, resulting in a typhoon or hurricane in another part of the world.

The explosion of nuclear bombs, creating a matter-antimatter reaction, releasing the destructive energy responsible for the devastation wreaked on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, may disrupt the entire fabric of the space-time continuum. When we began experimentation with such devices on this planet, it may have been the equivalent to unwittingly sending up a flare to the extraterrestrials, as the resultant fire and smoke alerts a parent to the fact that their child is playing with matches. The extraterrestrials may be stopping us from damaging further the galactic ecosystem.

The second reason might be to prevent us from annihilating ourselves and buying us time to evolve past our own shadow-self-destructive tendencies. How often have we heard of murder-suicides in the news? One person taking the life of another, then their own life? It could be one lover reacting to the infidelity of the other, then out of grief and remorse taking their own life, either to not have to face life without the transgressing partner, or to avoid the shame at public exposure for such an act, or both. “If I can’t have this person, no one can,” a kind of irrational “rationalization”. On a collective level, this could play out as “if we can’t have it our way, then no one will have it any way.” By removing the ability for such criminal insanity in governments to have its way in the world, the extraterrestrials may be giving us, as collective humanity, time to awaken, heal as a global civilization and realize our full human collective conscious potential. A first-stage collective enlightenment, demonstrating caring, life-honoring, sustainable behavior that creates loving unity and a recognition of our sacred place in the larger Whole.

When we allow others of our race to suffer, or worse still – inflict that suffering, what kind of energetic message do we send into the ethers? When a select few can mobilize the many using religion or misguided patriotic nationalism into wars for their own power and supremacy what does that state to those who watch from orbit or perhaps incognito right here on the ground? How are advanced extraterrestrial civilizations, whose understanding and mastery of multidimensional physics includes both a philosophy of life and living and practical technological application, to regard a race whose collective UNconsciousness of the interconnectedness of all life, lack of vision and resultant destructive behavior threatens our own species and countless others with extinction?

Those things – people, places, events – which inspire us, creating joy, happiness, love and connection, can also give us the ability to look into ourselves as a people, see where we have been harmed and how it has affected our perceptual cognitions, individually and collectively. When we continue along this evolutionary path, we can emerge into greater and greater connection and understanding with each other on this planet. This can give us the ability to then see with clarity and sanity, and reach out our hands in friendship to our galactic brethren. And I say brethren, because all life across the universe in my opinion is an expression of a cosmic “Whole” that we might call God, or Creator. Through the choices we make, our minds, individual or collective, are fully opened to that light of knowing, intelligence, empathy and clarity of perception – or continue to be darkened by perceptual filters set in place by injury and clung to by the refusal to open to healing and understanding. Such choices dictate the possible outcomes.

Individuals who embrace opening to love and its countless unique expressions; who choose to listen to the still, small guiding voice of their higher selves, become in turn a collective still small voice for all of humanity. As their numbers grow, they move humanity towards a crucial tipping point in collective human consciousness expansion. Once the tipping point is reached, expanded awareness and integration of all the compartments of consciousness will begin to spread exponentially.

The current crucible that Planet Earth has become has great potential to birth a maturing humanity that can begin to understand that what we do to each other, we do to ourselves. When we understand that enough to cease destructive actions towards each other, towards other species and our ecosystem, we will have taken a huge step towards creating the common energetic ground upon which contact can take place.

Our Reptilian Overlords – A Day with David Icke

Yesterday, I made the trip from the Big Island of Hawaii to the adjoining island of Maui to see David Icke do a one day event on the theme “Remember Who You Are”. I had some years earlier read two of Icke’s books and many of his articles where he discussed the secret hierarchy in control of our world. This was my first time seeing him live. I was looking forward to the experience, and was not to be disappointed.

About 450 people were there at the Castle Theater to see Icke deliver an impassioned ten hour presentation broken down into four parts. It was wonderful to see the Hawaiian audience react so positively to the message he had to deliver, which covered the full spectrum of his understanding of our global situation, and how humanity can break free of our “Reptilian” overlords by riding a powerful “truth frequency” wave sweeping into our world. A metaphor that resonated swell with the Hawaiian surfers in the audience – including myself.

The first part of the day dealt with “Remember Who You Are”. In it Icke explained how the universe is little more than various frequencies, and that the consciousness at the core of our identity uses this energetic frequency field to generate a holographic image of our physical bodies. He persuasively argued that we are eternal beings of infinite consciousness having a holographic experience. Our bodies are little more than physical vehicles, like cars, that accommodate us for short periods, before we let them go for a new model – reincarnation.

Icke explained the importance of understanding how the energetic frequency field around us, is the substratum of the holographic image that is created by our five senses. Understanding how this holographic image is created – our physical body – not only is important for remembering who we are, eternal beings of infinite consciousness, but also how we are manipulated to believe we are powerless. That took us into part two of Icke’s Remember Who You Are. Icke showed how historically humanity has been controlled by those whose energy frequency field is more expansive than our own. This allows humanity’s controllers to manipulate our perceptual field which is made up of all that our five physical senses take in, and is processed by our brain.

Essentially, the controllers own sensory inputs processes more of the energy frequency field around us. The way they manipulate humanity is to implant our junk DNA with information that allows us to be manipulated to varying degrees. Those humans who have the right bloodlines (DNA) are steered into positions of power by our controllers.

These human elites – bluebloods – are genetically hardwired in a way that allows them to be manipulated even more directly by our historical overlords that oversee this vast genetic intervention. As to who are our overlords, no surprise for those following the work of David Icke – they are Reptilian multidimensional entities whose perceptual fields and abilities allow them to overshadow our perceptual reality.

Our Reptilian overlords, according to Icke, have been here for a very long time and evidence is found in many cultural traditions and artifacts. They act like shadowy puppeteers in pulling the genetic strings of elites prominently placed in the hierarchical control system. I was especially impressed by Icke’s explanation of how the moon is in fact an artificially created satellite whose chief purpose is to transmit electromagnetic frequencies that allow humanity to be controlled. Icke quoted a number of authors saying the same thing over the last hundred years or so. Basically, it appears that the moon’s position, the way it precisely overshadows the sun during eclipses, and its influence over human emotions, female cycles, tidal patterns, etc., is no accident. This made a lot of sense.

Unfortunately, this was not the case for Icke’s explanation of the role of the planet Saturn in the control system manipulating humanity. Icke explained how historically the planet or ‘god’ Saturn has been the center of many religious and cultural systems as a figure of worship. He claimed that the word “Satan” has its roots in Saturn. The fact that so many past imperial cultures, and Satanist groups, have venerated the planet or god Saturn, makes it part of the planetary control system according to Icke.

This is where Icke generated some controversy when he tried to explain how the Star of David was an image of the Saturnian belief system with Satanic aspects. Given that the Star of David is a venerated symbol for the nation of Israel and Jewish identity, this would naturally trigger some powerful emotions. Icke tried to rationalize it this way. He was against Rothschild Zionism which historically has manipulated Jews in fulfilling a planetary agenda that would culminate in a Third World War. The Star of David was part of the agenda of Rothschild Zionism and had little to do with any core Jewish identity.

One audience member repeatedly tried to challenge Icke on this, but was not allowed to ask any question. Later in the day, the audience member rushed the stage in frustration causing quite a commotion. More on the Star of David symbol later.

The third part of the day dealt with our current geo-political system. Basically, the planetary control system is in high gear trying to counter the rising consciousness of humanity caused by an incoming truth frequency. The controllers realize that they are about to lose power, and are making every attempt to intimidate and frighten humanity into submission. This is why, according to Icke, the Obama administration has gone to great lengths to implement legislation that enables it greater control over every aspect of American life: food, water, drugs, finances, security, etc.

The final part of the presentation was the kind of pep talk one would hear from a general giving one final exhortation to his troops before battle. General Icke was taking this one last opportunity to motivate all to realize who they are – expressions of infinite consciousness having holographic experiences – to say “No” to the controllers agenda, and to rally others to do the same. The time for nonviolent revolution is now!

Overall, it had been an inspiring performance by Icke, who despite some obvious health challenges, made it through to the end of his ten hour marathon without collapsing as probably this and other mere mortals would have done. This takes me to the downside of my day long experience with David Icke. It became obvious that this was to be a very one way experience. Icke was to speak uninterrupted for close to ten hours in all without any questions or interruption from the audience.

This created quite a paradox with what Icke was intending to achieve. It became clear that he was downloading a lot of information and conditioning his audience to be informed of the problems confronting humanity, and to take action according to his prescription. Given that the main problem confronting humanity was conditioning by its secret Reptilian overlords, it is no minor paradox that Icke was doing something very similar. If he really believed his audience comprised infinite expressions of consciousness having holographic experiences, then perhaps he could learn something from them to improve his own understanding of what is occurring at a planetary level. This was not to be. Icke had worked it all out. All the audience had to do was absorb Icke’s message and act on it.

So I’ll take this opportunity to share what this individual expression of infinite consciousness would have pointed out if given the opportunity to ask questions. First, the Star of David is a very old and ancient symbol, and not at all an exclusive negative symbol that furthers a Zionist Rothschild control agenda. The Star of David has been described by various authors as a two dimensional representation of two interlocking tetrahedrons (a star tetrahedron) that have tremendous transformational power as part of something called sacred geometry by Drunvalo Melchizadek, or hyperdimensional physics by Richard Hoagland.

There is much information about the transformational aspects of the Star of David, and it is in many ways a sacred symbol. I certainly sympathized with those objecting to Icke’s crude depiction of the Star of David symbol, and attempt to caricature it as a symbol of oppression. Second, according to Icke, all forms of hierarchy are bad.

This includes an alleged spiritual hierarchy called the “Great White Brotherhood” that has been silently intervening in human affairs for a positive future. Really? There is abundant evidence that such a secret ‘spiritual’ hierarchy had intervened in many ways to help guide humanity’s evolution, but doing so largely behind the scenes so as to not have too inordinate an influence in human affairs. It appears that they have been doing something similar to what Icke is now doing, but for a lot longer, and arguably more effectively given that humanity has not self-destructed.

With up to 60,000 thousand nuclear weapons having existed in weapons stockpiles over the last sixty years that have been controlled by corrupt elites, it’s nothing short of miraculous that humanity has survived. The alleged Great White Brotherhood, according to many sources did intervene on many occasions to prevent a nuclear holocaust. If there is a dark control pyramid of power running our world as Icke suggests, correctly in my opinion, then it would be natural to assume that a benevolent hierarchical counterforce comprising enlightened beings exists.

I have written articles analysing witness testimonies describing how such enlightened beings, whom I call celestials, have regularly silently intervened in human affairs. My third point concerns the authority figures in the U.S. government and military that are largely depicted as puppets taking their marching orders from the shadowy control groups directing human affairs. This ignores evidence that there is in fact a powerful behind-the-scenes constitutional faction in the U.S. military and various federal agencies, fighting effectively against such things as a new war against Iran, and preventing false flag operations using nuclear weapons. Two examples come to mind. One was Admiral William Fallon who was at the apex of a U.S. generals revolt over Bush administration plans to attack Iran in 2007. The other was an incident concerning a B-52 bomber from Minot Air Force Base loaded with nuclear missiles that was ‘discovered’ at Barksdale AFB in 2007. The Bomber was enroute to the Middle East in a covert operation orchestrated by former Vice-President Cheney. What happened was that there was a faction within in the U.S. military that objected to the covert operation, and leaked information to news sources. This effectively prevented what was likely going to be a false flag nuclear operation.

So the planetary control system is not at all monolithic, but comprises different factions that are battling each other. Finally, in his first book, The Robot’s Rebellion (1994), Icke stressed the role of a “Luciferian consciousness” at the apex of the control pyramid directing human affairs. In 1998, with his book, The Biggest Secret, he replaced this “Luciferian consciousness” by Reptilian overlords. While Icke during his day long event did admit to the possibility that there was probably something behind the Reptilians, this “Luciferian consciousness” was not anything he explicitly mentioned.

While he did mention Satan and Satanic rituals, the context suggested that these were activities directed by our Reptilian overlords to place humans into fear. This is opposite to his first book where the Luciferian consciousness manipulated not only humanity, but also extraterrestrial species. This reversal appeared to me to be a major step backwards in the evolution of Icke’s thinking over the last two decades. Why did Icke reverse his earlier position? It appears much less persuasive to argue in favor of Reptilian overlords given the historical evidence of a Luciferian consciousness at the apex of the control pyramid in our world.

The Reptilian overlord thesis made it easier to ridicule Icke’s entire corpus of work by those sceptical that various royal families and political elites are in fact shapeshifting Reptilians. I admit it did look rather childish to see green Reptilian images with sharp teeth at the top of the control structure given what other major researchers such as Fritz Springmeier have found when it comes to the role of a Luciferian consciousness directing human affairs.

The most impressive recent expose of this Luciferian consciousness was a dialogue initiated by someone calling himself the Hidden Hand on the Above Top Secret forum in October 2008. I wrote an article about the Hidden Hand’s revelations and how this Luciferian consciousness went beyond human affairs, and affected all extraterrestrial life, including Reptilians. This leads me to question whether David Icke was effectively misinformed at some point when it comes to discussing the apex of the planetary control pyramid? Was he directed to Reptilian shapeshifting stories by witnesses to effectively jettison his earlier position about the Luciferian consciousness? Did Icke get too close to the truth with his first book, The Robots Rebellion, and was subjected to a disinformation program to steer him away from the most damaging part of what he was learning?

All questions I would have loved to ask. The entire corpus of David Icke’s work undoubtedly helps inform a sleeping humanity about the secret control system and the role of certain extraterrestrial groups in the planetary hierarchical control system. There is much evidence supporting Icke’s claim of intervention of Reptilians extraterrestrials in human affairs, but are they our planetary overlords? I seriously doubt it, and think this is clever disinformation by the ultimate planetary contollers – a Luciferian consciousness – to sow fear and distrust about one of the extraterrestrial species resident and/or visiting our world. Despite my lingering unanswered questions, I joined the Hawaiian audience in giving David Icke a thoroughly deserved standing ovation for a marathon effort in helping us Remember Who We Are!

UFO Petition reaches inside the White House – Calls for Obama to investigate Clinton/Rockefeller UFO Letters

Not since the Watergate tapes has anyone reached into the inner sanctum of the White House to expose once hidden Presidential communications; this time about lifting UFO secrecy. Someone has, and the results are of Watergate proportions. However this time – there’s no 18 minute gap – anywhere.

Toronto [ZNN] The Fourth Estate continues to operate on the premise that the White House is a consecrated enclave – a political icon impervious to any press offensive or foreign onslaught that may demean its purity. This posture – despite the historical events and dirty deeds of the Nixon Watergate era remains the embedded catechism of the press as it kneels before the altar of democracy.

Most Americans continue to indulge themselves in a similar belief – the White House as hallowed ground. Stephen G. Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group does not.

Mr. Bassett appears to have reached deep inside the White House to discover de facto documentation that proves the White House has soiled itself by remaining close-lipped about their involvement in discussions about UFOs and extraterrestrials. Documents show a White House administration and its President on the verge of lifting government secrecy surrounding UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence.

If this is not the case – would President Clinton’s “I want to know…” 1995 statement in Belfast Ireland then be considered an innocuous slip-up or was it Clinton’s own less than cryptic message to the world that he wasn’t getting the truth about UFOs either?

To highlight these unambiguous revelations, Bassett has asked citizens to support a WE THE PEOPLE petition to the White House – one aimed at placing these never before seen documents on the altar of American political reality.

Any political analyst viewing the documentation Bassett has acquired would have to agree the evidence is indisputable; not only because of the impeccable clarity of the correspondences but also because of their pedigree and sheer authenticity. Bassett indicates, thanks to Canadian researcher Grant Cameron who unearthed this documentation from the Clinton Library, that he has almost 1000 pages of Freedom of Information data which verify the existence and authenticity of the correspondences

While the air-tight nature of this series of events is extremely difficult to dispute, there are also other matters on an even greater level of intrigue to which the press remain oblivious. There appear to be overtly obstructive tactics being employed by the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) staff and WE THE PEOPLE officials to de-rail and subvert any serious consideration by the White House of both the 2011 and 2012 petitions by Stephen Bassett on the UFO/ETI matter.

 

A STORY IN REVIEW FOR CBS 60 MINUTES

Bassett has engineered the acquisition of a series of explosive letters to President Bill Clinton from long-time Clinton family friend, billionaire Laurance S. Rockefeller, each of which prove beyond any doubt the White House and the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) were involved in discussions about lifting secrecy on the UFO/extraterrestrial intelligence matter between 1993 and 1996. An unusually large number of the Clinton White House staff – including the office of then First Lady - Hillary Clinton were also involved in exchanges of correspondence on this matter.

While the obvious may sometimes escape even the most perceptive journalist – one can only wonder why this kind of proof-positive documentation has not yet been examined by the mainstream media at large unless they have been instructed to yield on this matter by officials within the inner sanctum.

Case in point.

Does it not seem unusual that CBS 60 Minutes has routinely devoted generous hours of coverage to the tasty but featherweight news of India’s infatuation with gold, kindergarten academic redshirting, the passing of Steve Jobs and the death of Michael Jackson; yet avoids the opportunity to provide any air-time at all about how and why a member of the influential Rockefeller family be-friends a US President and his wife, then writes to the President asking him to lift government secrecy on UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence?

Might Rockefeller’s numerous letters to President Clinton’s science advisor Dr. Jack Gibbons, meetings with him as well as with the First Lady Hillary Clinton about UFOs be something the intrepid 60 Minutes may wish to inform the American people about before it investigates the IQ’s of pre-schoolers?

The answers to these questions may reside in the offices of Jeff Fager, Chairman of CBS News and Leslie Moonves CEO of CBS Corporation… or maybe even higher – in the White House.

One can only speculate – is the Fourth Estate at this level paying attention or are they complicit in their silence within the inner sanctum?

As this scenario unravels under the nose of CBS and other American TV networks and newspapers, the players in these explosive Clinton/Rockefeller letters give substance and plot to what amounts to the biggest political story in American Presidential history – a screen play that Spielberg, the West Wing or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle would find almost impossible to conjure.

WE THE PEOPLE SPEAK OUT – THE ROCKEFELLER INITIATIVE

Stephen G. Bassett is the Executive Director of the Paradigm Research Group based inWashington DC. On the basis of these letters, Basset has submitted a WE THE PEOPLE petition demanding the Obama administration investigate letters sent to President Bill Clinton and the OSTP by billionaire philanthropist Laurance S. Rockefeller – seeking to have Clinton, a known UFO enthusiast, lift government secrecy surrounding UFOs and ET intelligence.

The WE THE PEOPLE petition process enables Americans to submit to the White House any petition they feel can garner enough signatures to be considered and examined by the White House. Over 10,000 petitions of all kinds have been submitted.

According to the Bassett petition this series of letters – that have come to be known as the Rockefeller Initiative – confirm Clinton White House officials did indeed engage in discussions with Rockefeller and his solicitor Henry Diamond about lifting secrecy surrounding UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence.

In one of the Rockefeller letters to President Clinton, entitled Lifting Secrecy on Information about Extraterrestrial Intelligence… Rockefeller wrote:

“Dear President Clinton: This letter is to request that you personally and specifically direct a review of current government information on policy concerning Extraterrestrial Intelligence including Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs). It is widely believed that agencies of the federal government have substantial information about the existence or non-existence of UFOs and that it has been unnecessarily withheld from the public as classified.”

Other letters were exchanged between Rockefeller and the President’s Science advisor Dr. Jack Gibbons, head of the influential OSTP – Office of Science and Technology Policy in the White House. According to several of these letters, meetings and telephone conversations to discuss the UFO/ETI matter also occurred.

ZNN’s investigation also reveals that during this period, Secretary of State and then First Lady Hillary Clinton is mentioned in letters and, that she made at least one visit to see Rockefeller at his JY Ranch near Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming in August of 1995.

The petition submitted by Stephen G. Bassett on February 23, 2012 has now accumulated over 6700 signatures to date. Bassett hopes the petition to hit 25,000 by March 23. With only two days remaining this may be a faint hope. However, there are several other intriguing aspects to this scenario than just the petition submitted by Bassett. He has undoubtedly struck a nerve within the inner sanctum of global politics – a strike that White House observers are watching very, very closely in the hope that the Fourth Estate remains asleep at the switch.

ANOTHER WATERGATE MEDIA FRENZY?

Even if the petition does not hit the 25,000 signature mark, Bassett and Cameron are well aware the letters are authentic and could very well set off a media frenzy that would be very damaging to any effort by the White House to keep talk of UFO secrecy out of the newspapers and away from public scrutiny.

If a major news outlet like the Washington Post or its not-so-formidable rival the Washington Times were to decide to expose these letters – all matter of delirium and excitement would hit the press. Sagging newspaper circulation and falling advertising revenues at the Post may trend upward, perhaps marking the beginning of a recovery from the Post’s 6.2 million third quarter losses in 2011 and its decline in circulation ranking it out of the top five in the nation.

Prominent names like Rockefeller, Bill and Hillary Clinton combined with lifting secrecy on UFOs would also provide a sustained level of investigation by either or both of these flagging Washington newspapers – one lasting well through the next quarter and into the election. Although the Democratic leaning Post realizes this news may not sit well with the Obama administration – the profit motive may be too much to resist in quelling the Post’s scarlet bottom line.

For the new generation Washington Post publisher Katherine Weymouth, it may also be an opportunity for her to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps – the late Katherine Graham, who, along with the journalistic instincts of editor Ben Bradlee and journalists Woodward and Bernstein – broke the Watergate story leading to the fall of Richard Nixon.

News about President Bill Clinton, White House insiders and UFO secrecy would indeed make spectacular headlines not to mention profits for the first newspaper to break the story regardless of who currently occupies the White House.

Further bolstered by statements already made by the likes of Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Mercury astronaut Gordon Cooper and others as to the reality of UFOs and an ET presence – The Rockefeller Initiative documents represent a political flesh wound the press would find virtually impossible to ignore and for the White House to bandage with evasive denials. Bassett remains convinced there may not be a bandage big enough to stop the bleeding if the Rockefeller Letters hit the news – with or without a successful petition.

A media frenzy may not stop there. Bassett and Cameron – like Special Watergate Prosecutors Archibald Cox and Leon Jaworski – have cast a wide net over several high-level government officials who were involved either directly or indirectly in the Rockefeller Initiative within the Clinton administration and beyond.

During a recent interview with the ZlandCommunications NewsNetwork Bassett stated: “Those who knew and have not spoken publicly of this initiative include: President Bill Clinton, Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, Obama transition chairman John Podesta, Sec. of Defense Leon Panetta, Vice President Al Gore and Gov. Bill Richardson.” Astronomer Carl Sagan and evangelist Billy Graham are also mentioned as dignitaries in the Rockefeller Initiative.

By comparison, the Watergate roster of witnesses and whistle-blowers, the likes of Presidential Counsel John Dean, Attorney General John Mitchell, Nixon aide John Ehrlichman and Chief of Staff H.R. Haldeman, stands in history. Are the people involved in The Rockefeller Initiative next in line?

These similarities are well worth examining, yet more drama remains.

DRUMMING UP A RESPONSE IN 2011

Office of Science and Technology Policy

Although there does not appear to be any ‘wrong-doing’ evident as yet – there may be indications of administrative obfuscation.

In the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) – the office charged with responding to Bassett’s first petition in 2011, significant levels of bias appear to exist in memoranda that may have served to minimize the political impact and deter comprehensive press coverage of Bassett’s first petition.

Well before the White House response to Bassett’s first petition in late 2011, at least 15 memos were exchanged among OSTP staff and at least two to NASA HQ personnel which show bias against developing a proper and balanced response to Bassett’s petition.

If the usage of specific language in one particular memo is any indication, the OSTP appears to have had its mind made up prior to any analysis of all the evidence – thus undermining Bassett’s 2011 petition from the very beginning.

Members of the press may wish to examine one particular October 11 memo to NASA HQ from Mr. Phillip Larson (OSTP assistant). In it, Mr. Larson states: “We got tagged with drumming up a response to a ”please acknowledge aliens’ petition…” This less than subtle use of the phrase ‘drumming up’ appears to connote an effort by the OSTP to fabricate or concoct a response to Bassett’s first petition. What is more – in another sentence in the same Oct 11 memo Mr. Larson states about the OSTP response: “This version has their [the White House] unofficial blessing and they didn’t require us to do any more clearances…“. This directly implies that the White House did not require the OSTP to make any other inquires to any other government agencies that may have information about UFOs – such as the CIA, FBI, the United States Air Force or Navy, all of which are on record as having monitored and collected extensive data on UFOs for decades. [CIA UFOs - http://www.foia.cia.gov/search.asp?pageNumber=1&freqReqRecord=ufo.txt FBI UFOs –http://vault.fbi.gov/UFO]

  • Why did the White House limit inquiries to NASA alone?
  • Why would the White House not require the OSTP to make full and exhaustive inquiries with all relevant government agencies that may have information about the UFO question?

Not only was the OSTP investigation myopic in its analysis – significant bias against the 2011 petition is clearly evident.

This lack of due diligence by all concerned calls into question the credibility of the OSTP response, the thoroughness of its examination of the facts and above all, the integrity of the OSTP and the White House.

Other anomalies have transpired.

ZNN, in conversation on March 5, 2012 with Mr. Rick Weiss Director of Communications for the OSTP, Mr. Weiss denied any knowledge of Mr. Bassett’s current 2012 petition. During this conversation Mr. Weiss requested that ZNN send him information on Bassett’s second petition in order for him to comment on it. ZNN did forward this information to Mr. Weiss but he has failed to respond. [NOTE: Mr. Weiss’ name does appear on several 2011 internal memoranda concerning the vetting of a response to Mr. Bassett’s first petition in 2011.]

It is also clear, as stated by Mr. Bassett in a PRG press release, he is troubled by reports that the current petition process is fraught with problems – denying citizens proper access to the registration process or voting procedures.

As stated in Bassett’s November 8, 2011 press release about the White House 2011 response penned by Mr. Larson:

“1)  It is a political lie.  Whatever the executive branch personnel may know about extraterrestrial evidence, the administration cannot acknowledge any such awareness in order to protect the President’s political prospects in the next election.

2)  It is a national security lie.   The administration cannot acknowledge any such awareness of the evidence as a matter of national security.  Which is to say the people cannot handle such truths.

3)  It demonstrates the present executive branch of the United States government, including a substantial collection of military, science and intelligence advisors, is completely unaware of the massive evidence for an extraterrestrial presence that has been accumulated over six decades by an extraordinary citizen science/truth movement. Which is to say the administration is both ignorant and incompetent.”

It seems Basset really does have the goods on this one. He also appears to have more first-hand evidence up his sleeve that he may be holding back until the right moment. One piece of it however has been on the table for a while. A former high-ranking White House insider has blown the lid off this story during a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC in 2002 but this has been conveniently ignored by the press for nearly 10 years.

THE SMOKING-GUN VIDEO – ANOTHER PLATEAU OF EVIDENCE

After leaving the Clinton White House, President Clinton’s Chief of Staff John Podesta made an unprecedented statement before the prestigious Washington National Press Club in 2002, condemning government UFO/ETI secrecy.

Podesta stated:

“I think it’s time to open the books on questions that have remained in the dark on the question of government investigations of UFOs. It’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there. We ought to do it because it’s right, we ought to do it because the American people, quite frankly, can handle the truth and we ought to do it because it’s the law.”

  • Why would Podesta – a lawyer, come forward in such a publicly dramatic manner after witnessing the circulation of UFO related letters among his staff at the White House and Rockefeller unless there was something valid about what he had witnessed?
  • Why would he state that in some way the law has been violated?
  • Is this a subtle indication from a well-placed insider and solicitor that, in some way, the Justice Department must eventually step in?
  • Can the invocation of ‘national security’ restrictions about UFOs be used indefinitely by the White House to stave off press inquiry and the disclosure of the facts in this elaborate chess match?
  • And, why – in its ‘investigation of the facts’ did the OSTP appear unaware of Podesta’s statement?

One can only speculate on the impact of Podesta’s statement. Had it been made before a Congressional hearing similar to those of the Watergate era or at the 1968 Congressional UFO Hearings in which then Congressman Donald Rumsfeld played a role, the Justice Department would assuredly have been put on notice. It seems that the press as well as the OSTP have conveniently failed to notice this subtlety. The question remains – is there an editor or a corporate CEO out there who has the courage to step forward and expose the Rockefeller Letters for what they are? – a bombshell ready to detonate.

Had Nixon Presidential Counsel John Dean come forward in a similar manner to access the internet and You Tube in 1973, the Watergate crescendo would have peaked months earlier and spared the United States from a protracted political blood-letting never seen before within the White House.

Yet here we have it all – decades later – unfolding before our very eyes on the internet and still the media avoids what they would have fed upon voraciously back then – making Judge Sirica’s job a lot easier. Have Stephen Bassett and Canadian researcher Grant Cameron found the political smoking-gun? Will the press take a look down the muzzle of the gun to examine the unacknowledged political wounds this evidence has caused or is yet to cause or will it remain silent, continuing to deflect the attention of Americans away from this Presidential matter with tedious talk about the price of oil, the premier of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ or a Syrian war-in-waiting?

If nothing else – Bassett has made the right call – rising to the occasion by providing the Fourth Estate with a ready-made case with all the evidence it needs to bring The Rockefeller Initiative forward as a Cosmic Watergate – the first chapter in a global move towards UFO/ET Disclosure.

It seems Bassett was not far wrong when he once wrote about the press in 2001: “For the best part of 50 years, when the biggest story of all time and the seminal event in human history phoned in, the ‘fourth estate’ was screening its calls.”

Italian Professor revealing extraterrestrials among us dies – conference video released

Stefano Breccia, who died in Italy several days ago, led an extraordinary life. Publicly, he taught at several European universities and worked as an electrical engineer in Italy. In his private life he kept a closely guarded secret until 2007 when he released a remarkable book. Contattismi di Massa (translated into English as Mass Contact in 2009) detailed the history of a mysterious group of human looking extraterrestrials that established underground bases in Italy and met with local residents between 1956 and 1978.

He privately investigated the Amicizia (Friendship) case over a period of several decades during which he got to meet and question many of the primary witnesses. The events in his book appear like episodes from Star Trek, but are well supported by documentary evidence, the independent investigations of Italy’s finest UFO researchers, and first hand witnesses of the events described.

Some of the witnesses were leading statesmen, scholars and high society figures from Italy and Europe. Breccia included a number of prefaces and statements by witnesses detailing the extensive number of people involved in the Friendship case. To commemorate Prof Breccia’s remarkable life and experiences, the Exopolitics Institute is pleased to release online his video presentation at the 2010 Earth Transformation Conference. At the conference, he explained how, according to the original witnesses described in Mass Contact, most of the extraterrestrial bases were destroyed in 1978, by a group of “synthetic” extraterrestrials.

Breccia described at some length the differing philosophies between these extraterrestrial groups that at times came into violent conflict. During his presentation in Hawaii, Breccia revealed that the human looking “Friendship” extraterrestrials did not however stop their contacts in 1978. The contacts have quietly continued up to the present, and even Breccia became involved in some of these. Breccia also presented his detailed analysis of a photo showing one of the “Friendship” extraterrestrials who was approximately ten feet tall. 

In terms of its overall impact, number of participants involved, and documentary evidence compiled, Mass Contact is the most astonishing case of human extraterrestrial contact in modern history. Prof Breccia’s dedication to UFO investigations, and knowledge of the Friendship case will be keenly missed.

New Edition of Exopolitics Journal analyzes extraterrestrial contact

March 2012 Edition (Vol 4:1) just released

The launch of the fourth edition of the Exopolitics Journal comes at an exciting time for all those interested in the possibility of extraterrestrial life. NASA’s Kepler Mission has continued announcements of discoveries of exoplanets in habitable regions of distant solar system has helped rapidly transform the scientific community from outright skepticism over the possibility of extraterrestrial life, to opposite position of almost complete certainty that such life exists. Scientific conferences in London and Rome organized by the Royal Academy (January 2010) and the Pontifical Academy of Sciences (Nov 2009) had scientists openly discussing the social and political implications of extraterrestrial life. The world’s leading astrophysicist, Prof Stephen Hawking, has openly been speculating over the possible motivations of advanced extraterrestrial life, and how this should be seriously considered by NASA and other space programs for national security reasons. The time has never been better to actively begin mapping out the conceptual contours and implications of what contact with advanced intelligent life from other solar systems will be like. That is equally the case for those interested for the first time in possible contact with extraterrestrial life in the immediate years ahead, and for those having researched claims of extraterrestrial contact cases since the advent of the Atomic Age in 1945.

The first article in this edition by retired Canadian Air Force Captain, D.J. Ballinger analyses the field of exopolitics, and describes its relevance for the scientific community. Ballinger conducts an exhaustive review of the exopolitics field and how it can contribute to better understanding the complexity and comprehensive nature of the available evidence concerning extraterrestrial life. He writes that exopolitics: “covers the spectrum of social and physical sciences entrenched in the global concept of human security, including national, political, economic, environmental, and health security.” Critically, he challenges the scholarly community to begin giving serious attention to the question of extraterrestrial life, and especially begin addressing its social and political implications: “exopolitics should be established as a viable and valuable field of study by academia in higher learning institutions, and by social and physical scientists in the public and private sectors.”

The second article by Giovani Piacenza claims that “due to sui generis, messianic-like cosmologies and lack of publicly acknowledged evidence, contactee cases tend not to be credible to the scientific community, even while suggesting that direct interaction with extraterrestrial beings or with beings from other reality systems may sometimes actually occur.” Piacenza analyzes two case studies of claimed extraterrestrial contact. The first, involves multiple claims of extraterrestrial contact beginning in 1975 with the famous Peru UFO sightings by Sixto Paz Wells and his companions. One of his companions was Piacenza who is well placed to give a scholarly analysis of the organizations that evolved out of the 1975 contact claims. The second case Piacenza examines involves the Unarius Society and the organization that evolved from the various forms of extraterrestrial contact. Piacenza introduces Ken Wilber’s “Integral Methodological Pluralism” as the conceptual framework for objectively examining these two cases. In doing so, he uses the “‘criteria of ‘truth’, ‘truthfulness’, ‘justness’ and ‘fit’ associated with methodological ‘zones’ that integrally relate” to the cases studies in determining their relevance for assessing claims and evidence of extraterrestrial contact.

Dana Rasinova is the author of the third article which gives an insider’s account of the famous Billy Meier case which she has been intimately involved with since 1997. According to David Griffin, who gives a brief editorial introduction:

Whilst some see aspects of the alien Other as containing an inherent ‘trickster’ element many others see the visiting ET presence as representing a higher form of intelligence and assume that this implies they are beyond reproach in their ethics and operation. In fact the situation is far more complex and this is why this particular examination of a highly complex Swiss contact case is long overdue and welcome.

Rasinova takes a novel approach in her analysis. She accepts the validity of Meier’s core claims of extraterrestrial contact, and goes on to examine the motivations of the Pleiadian/Plejaran entities that communicated with Meier. She finds numerous inconsistencies, contradictions and distortions fed to Meier by his extraterrestrial contacts that lead to her conclusion that “the Pleiadians (Plejarans/Plejaren) … deliberately don’t tell us the truth.” Rather than benevolent space brothers wanting to help humanity with a positive uplifting philosophy, she finds instead very troubling assertions they made to Meier, and which he faithfully passed on in his contactee notes. What emerges in Rasinova’s analysis is that while some extraterrestrials may look very human and have a positive philosophy to pass on in their communications with human contactees, they still may have a very deceptive agenda where “they explicitly and strategically lie, feign or disinform.” Rasinova’s analysis warns us about being too uncritical in our future or current dealings with extraterrestrials that may have a positive appearance and things to say, but have a deceptive agenda filled with distortions, and outright lies.

I authored the fourth article, “How Celestials are helping humanity prepare for Extraterrestrial Contact and World Peace,” which I gave as a prepared speech to a conference in Istanbul, Turkey held on November 1, 2011, concerning advanced extraterrestrial life and celestials. I describe “celestials” as highly evolved beings that can move through space and time using their consciousness alone, rather than technology as is the case for advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. Using the Nikolai Kardarshev typology developed for extraterestrial civilizations capable of using energy at different macro levels (Type 1 – planetary, Type II – stellar, and Type III – galactic) I define celestials as a Type IV civilization that can tap into a universal energy source.

Celestials are best described as a universal fraternity where ability to tap into universal energy define one’s identity and allegiance, rather than space-time location as with lesser evolved civilizations (Type 0-III). I consequently analyze the role and activities of celestials in helping prepare humanity for open contact with extraterrestrials, and the advanced technologies that will become available after contact. Finally, I describe different case studies involving claims of contact with advanced extraterrestrial visitors and how celestials interacted with both the human contactees and the extraterrestrial visitors.

The final article involves a very different case of extraterrestrial contact – crop circles. The crop circle phenomenon is something that has intrigued some of the world’s best scientists and led to numerous investigations. Wendy Flentri studies some of the crop circle literature and investigations in relation to 2012. She concludes that many crop circles are a product of extraterrestrial intervention and designed to relay information about 2012 and Solar Cylce 24.  She explains that the messages in crop circles created by extraterrestrials: “speak to us in a universal language of mathematics, symbols and pictures.” The information in them correlates “with what researchers have been able to discover about what the Maya knew, the pyramid builders at Giza knew and what many primitive peoples have been telling us all along. That end of Solar Cycle 24 one age will end and another will begin.”

The year 2012, according to interpretations of the Mayan Calendar, is the fulcrum of thousands of years of human evolution. To others closely following Solar Cycle 24, the years 2012/13 are predicted to be watershed years with the coming solar maximum creating many life changing situations. For many more, 2012 is witnessing rapid changes in communication technologies helping overcome national boundaries, bringing our planet closer together, and uniting humanity in unprecedented ways. Looming over all these upcoming changes is the prospect of open contact with extraterrestrial life, and/or official acknowledgement that governments have kept the truth from us about off-world visitors. This edition of the Exopolitics Journal will be welcome preparation for all interested in learning more about extraterrestrial life, and how the field of exopolitics offers some critical tools and methods for extraterrestrial contact.

Senator Barry Goldwater UFO Files Now posted

Arizona Senator Barry Goldwater’s collection of 143 pages of UFO letters has now been posted. Goldwater, a USAF reserve General, who also sat as the Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee had a long standing interest in the UFO subject.

The collection of letters include many letters that talk about his attempt to get access to the “blue room” at Wright Patterson Air Force Base where he was told by his long time friend General Curtis Lemay that he couldn’t go in and Goldwater certainly couldn’t go in either.

The collection also contains letters with UFO researchers such as Ron Regehr, Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. James McDonald, Lee Graham, and Don Berliner. There is also a key letter written to Goldwater by Marie Galbraith who directed the “best Available Evidence” report that was prepared for Laurance Rockefeller in 1996.

Three documents not pulled from the collection have been added to give context to the documents in the Blue Room section of documents. One was a section of an April 25, 1988 New Yorker magazine article where Goldwater is quoted as saying that he was getting 100 calls a year from people asking him to look into the Blue Room rumor. The second two documents consist of a FOIA (and reply) made by researcher Bill Moore to WPAFB on the Blue Room. Missing (to be added shortly) is a “Blue Room Radar Scope” document that Bill Moore obtained from the Falcon that was attached to the FOIA.

Also to be added in the near future is a reply to Lee Graham from Goldwater in 1996. Many UFO related letters were filed under people names instead of the UFO files so more records will be added as researchers learn of the collection and add letters.

A second collection of Goldwater UFO related letters will also be posted shortly. These letters contain Goldwater correspondence with famous people rumored to have been involved in UFOs. These people include General Curtis LeMay who was involved in the Blue Room event, Bobby Ray Inman who was rumored to have headed up the UFO back-engineering efforts for the US government (and who Goldwater promised to set up a meeting in 1994 for Dr. Greer), Edward Teller, and former carter CIA Director Stansfield Turner. Although the letters are interesting none deal with the UFO subject.

Blue Whales, UFO’s, and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012

A blue whale, the largest animal that has ever existed.

The blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is a marine mammal belonging to the suborder of baleen whales (called Mysticeti).[3] At 30 metres (98 ft)[4] in length and 180 metric tons (200 short tons)[5] or more in weight, it is the largest known animal to have ever existed.[6]

We are told that blue whales exist, but I have never seen a blue whale. Unlike UFO’s, there is no information war, or truth embargo, currently in place which attempts to obscure the reality of the existence of blue whales. We are told that blue whales, living at this moment throughout the oceans of this planet, are the largest animals that have ever existed! Other people have seen and photographed them, confirming their real existence for us, and there is really no reason that we should doubt that blue whales do in fact exist. There are many photographs and videos of blue whales. I doubt that the presence of a blue whale has ever been documented by radar, but UFO’s certainly have been so documented through photos, videos, and on radar many, many times. It is estimated that Earth’s population of blue whales currently stands at 5000 – 12,000 worldwide, yet I (and probably you) have never seen a blue whale. We are talking about the largest animal which has ever existed and is claimed to still be living today, yet neither you nor I have ever seen one. How could this be? I have swum and even snorkeled in the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, and the Caribbean Sea, but I have never had the good fortune to find myself in the physical presence of a blue whale, and no one that I know personally has ever seen a blue whale. I hope to and would be thrilled to see a blue whale one day, before I am gone or before they are gone, but so far I have never been in the right place, at the right time, to actually see one with my own eyes. Think about these things, and then contemplate the following.

Ongoing and Unexplained Phenomena

We have several ongoing and as yet unexplained categories of events, or phenomena, occurring in our world today. These recurring events are not rare and virtually every single day, if one cares to look at sources beyond our mainstream media, a report will be found from somewhere around the world which strongly suggests the real existence of the UFO phenomenon, the Crop Circle phenomenon, the animal dissection (aka “cattle mutilation”) phenomenon, and the alien abduction phenomenon. The details of these phenomena are ignored by many because we have been deliberately and methodically seduced (defined: “act of leading aside”) into the belief that these events are mutually unrelated and that these are fringe topics which we should perceive to have little or no relevance to our daily lives in which obtaining an education, advancing one’s career, raising a family, saving for retirement, maintaining a social life, or simply paying the rent must, of necessity, remain our primary focus in order that we and those we love may continue to thrive. Through our mainstream media this social engineering has been very effectively implemented in an effort to preserve the normalcy of our nation’s society and the very foundations of our global civilization in their present form for as long as possible, and there are many compelling reasons why those who have controlled this information have chosen this path for us. For those like myself, who daily follow new developments with regard to these phenomena, it is becoming increasingly evident that the winds of change are blowing and that we will, in the very near future, find ourselves in the midst of a gale. We need to be prepared for this.

There is no debate that the evolution and maintenance of our present day human civilization has been a very necessary and long-term project, sometimes painful, and oftentimes difficult. Civilization is an ongoing enterprise that should not to be taken for granted and should not be profoundly amended without due cause but, as recent events such as Occupy Wall Street demonstrate, changes in the underlying foundations of our civilization are sometimes wise, justifiable, and in fact necessary as we strive “to create a more perfect union”.

UFO’s and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012

(Wikipedia): The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) maintains that “the breadth of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act’s (NDAA) detention authority (by the U.S. military of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil) violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict as required by the laws of war.”

I propose that the recently passed US Defense Authorization Act of 2012 may be considered as a pre-emptive preparation for the coming gale which will result when Disclosure of the reality of the above listed phenomena, and of their relevance to the present and future of our civilization, is either officially announced or, when it simply unfolds as, perhaps, in some type of District 9 scenario. If you haven’t seen the movie, a large UFO quietly parks itself over Johannesburg, South Africa, with no further contact for three months. Imagine if such an event were to actually transpire tomorrow.

Those who have had a “need to know” fully realize that Disclosure is not completely under their control, and that Disclosure may be precipitated on any given day by the Extraterrestrial Intelligence(s) which have arrived here and which are in fact the group(s) most likely responsible for these otherwise unexplainable yet ongoing phenomena listed above. The specific provisions codified in the NDAA of 2012 manifest unprecedented and blatant infringements upon several amendments in the Bill of Rights of our U.S. Constitution which we have all taken for granted as our protection against actions being taken against us by our own U.S. military in the absence of due process. Now, one decade after 9/11, and with no additional major incidents of terrorism having occurred upon U.S. soil, what imaginable anticipated event could and would motivate, and in fact truly warrant, the passage of the these new and specific provisions of NDAA 2012 which have been willingly signed by our President Barak Obama? And, what nature of event would enable those military personnel so ordered, who are also U.S. citizens, to feel justified in following an order to take military action against their fellow U.S. citizens? One does not need to stand ready the entire U.S. military to deal with a single terrorist, or a small group of terrorists, on U.S. soil. The particular and curious provisions of the recent NDAA of 2012 imply that the ground-work is being laid in anticipation of an event of such profound significance to U.S. national security that the passage of this NDAA 2012, with its blatant disregard of several provisions within our U.S. Constitution, is clearly regarded by our nation’s leadership as justified and necessary.

Those “in the know” have thus far successfully dissuaded the majority of our citizenry from any concerns linking the growing base of evidence which confirms the real existence of these phenomena. These ongoing, recurring phenomena now clearly indicate at least this: we are not alone in this universe and we are currently being contacted by likely more than one alien civilization. Our nation’s leadership must insure that they will always remain one step ahead in order to effectively provide for our nation’s security. They must realize the inevitability of an event which comprises an inescapable tipping-point of irrefutable and undeniable evidence of ongoing visitation of Extraterrestrial Intelligence to our planet is just around the corner, as this is most certainly the reality. Video cameras are now everywhere and a single event, obtained under just the right circumstances and with an adequate ensemble of willing-to-testify eyewitnesses, is all that stands between a normal today and Disclosure tomorrow. Those who believe that Exopolitics is of little concern among those who participate in the think-tanks of Washinton D.C., I believe, are gravely mistaken. Through steps such as NDAA 2012, which are now being taken by the U.S. government / military, when Official Disclosure occurs, or, more likely, when unofficial Disclosure self-manifests, the recently passed provisions of NDAA 2012 will insure that the necessary legal means are already in place to maintain law and order through (now legal) U.S. military action against U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. While there is no question that the specific provisions of NDAA 2012 constitute an obvious and blatant disregard of several amendments within our U.S. Constitution, and while many have for many years disagreed with the philosophy and means by which the “truth embargo” regarding these phenomena has been deliberately manipulated and obscured by those with an officially declared “need to know”, we must also realize that official or unofficial Disclosure, when it occurs, is going to bring a day unlike any other day which has ever dawned for mankind. Our U.S. federal government and our U.S. military are the only extant agencies which will have the mandate and the means to effectively maintain our nation’s security and deal with the potential firestorm which will very likely ensue when our world comes to a full measure of conscious realization of the following:

The Short List of Concerns and Grievances post-Disclosure

a) We are not alone in this universe.
b) We have been deliberately misled about this fact for decades. Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group refers to this situation as the “truth embargo”.
c) Many thousands of solid U.S. citizens have been victimized by this truth embargo through the psychological battering that they have sustained after having personally experienced interactions with ET.
d) Our tax dollars have been used to fund the truth embargo which has been a very expensive program tasked to dissuade us, its financiers, from becoming consciously aware of the truth.
c) Our scientific paradigms have, as a consequence of the truth embargo, been deprived of an awareness of certain realities which would have resulted in highly significant and in fact critical modifications of our current scientific world-view. Due to the truth embargo, our scientific progress has been deliberately stifled for decades.
d) We are not the most intelligent species in this universe.
e) We are not the most technologically advanced species in this universe.
f) The necessity of petroleum for energy (the very foundation of our world’s global economy) has been an artificially sustained requirement. We may have been able to jettison our use of petroleum for energy decades ago had we been made aware of the truth.
g) Wars have been fought and many we love have died in order to secure and insure our nation’s access to oil.
h) ET’s have likely played a major role in the evolution of mankind.
i) Our world’s religions are misinformed regarding our true source of origin.
j) We have misinterpreted and misunderstood much of what has been written in our most sacred books.
k) Modern air transportation (Boeing and Airbus) is suddenly rendered obsolete.
l) The alien abduction phenomenon is admitted to be really happening.
m) The entire world’s population will feel existentially vulnerable to these technologically superior visitors. Our very survival, and those we love, is perceived as dependent upon the good will of these visitors.
n) The world’s auto industry will be quickly rendered obsolete.
o) Every nation’s government will feel (has felt) its sovereignty threatened by this new reality.
p) Wall Street and other world markets will spin out of control as investors are completely clueless regarding the investment implications of this new reality.
q) The U.S. military is recognized to be impotent to prevent incursions (or invasions) of these visitors. The U.S. military is no longer regarded as the “toughest kid on the block”.
r) Lastly (and this is out there but not inconceivable), Jesus is revealed to have been a hybrid ET- human, the Star of Bethlehem was in fact the guiding light of a UFO, and the Immaculate Conception was an ET abduction which involved the artificial insemination of the Virgin Mary. In light of the evidence as I see it, this scenario makes much more sense than what I have heard so far.

Any one of these realizations might potentially result in a major and possibly violent uprising from a previously unsuspecting and unprepared populace. Taken together these revelations, suddenly presented to a world in which yesterday everything seemed to be normal, on track, and in balance, are a recipe for a complete breakdown of our civilization. We will need to have measures in place and plans made to deal with what may ultimately devolve into utter mayhem in the streets of our nation and around the world. Thus, I believe that the provisions set forth in NDAA 2012 are warranted and are in fact necessary for our nation’s political and military leadership to be able to deal legally and effectively with what is coming when official or unofficial Disclosure comes about.

The body of evidence corroborating the reality of the UFO phenomenon, the Crop Circle phenomenon, the alien abduction phenomenon, and the animal dissection (“cattle mutilation”) phenomenon is growing daily. When considering the motivations behind the curious and specific provisions of NDAA 2012, we must all realize that Disclosure, either Official or unofficial, is very likely just around the corner. Our nation must be prepared, through all means possible, to make an orderly transition into a new reality when this day arrives.

UK Daytime TV Show Demonstrates Why Formats Are Shifting Perspective

The UKs most popular daytime TV program decided to allocate a whole 10 minutes for an issue which needs several hours to even scratch the surface of -  The ET Contact and UFO issue. Despite the time constraints -  something more was demonstrated – insofar as the invited ‘rational’ academic failed to make any significant headway in attracting interest for his views.

Present for the session were UK contactee and speaker at the 2011 Leeds Exopolitics UK conference Brigitte Barclay. Police detective Gary Heseltine and Professor from Goldsmith’s College in the “Anomalistic Psychology Research Unit” – Chris French.

In recent years there’s been a notable shift in the format of both mainstream treatment of the issue and also the more specialised documentary style programs such as UFO-Hunters made for the History Channel.

The latter series, along with its follow-up series Ancient Aliens, was one of the History Channel’s highest rated series viewing wise and simultaneously ended the TV formula of  featuring a mandatory “Rent-A-Skeptic” – often utilised at the end of a discussion to trivialise and debunk the evidence found as well as the experience of those directly interfacing with the wide array of UFOlogical phenomena involved.

The daytime TV show, which can be seen in the video above, is part of the slower media forms to react to this shift -  hence the use of Chris French – one of a handful of British skeptics that are  wheeled-out to counter what by now is an over-whelming set of evidence and testimony for the reality of intelligent life interacting with this planet. However -  even when a program features such an old modality, it seems to now do more damage to the skeptics and debunkers case than ever. UK personalities such as MoD national Archives commentator and ‘Folklore’ academic Dr David Clarke, Professor Chris French or British author and regular debunker Andy Roberts [who once claimed a serving police officer hallucinated a double-decker bus]  now appear increasingly desperate in justifying their rather mundane position. To a more aware, internet savvy culture, it really seems as if the regular skeptics are caught in some strange time-loop where their mantras of “it was venus!” and  “little green men” makes them look somewhat ignorant and perhaps even foolish.

As Yorkshire police sightings database operator Gary Heseltine amply demonstrated, even in a 10 minute slot it’s not hard to challenge the skeptical line -  especially when it’s an inflexible approach as we find so often with the TV skeptics. Additionally, as can now be seen by regular news coverage of the issue, the majority of the population have a growing interest in this area even if they’re not fully sure what’s going on. My prediction is that we’ll continue to see the trend expanding where rational discussions of this issue can take place without the need for the classic, hired debunking line. There’s a difference between useful skeptical enquiry in this topic and debunking via ridicule and/or for the sake of pushing people away from a necessary field of enquiry.

In reality, whether it’s the type of testimony from someone like Brigitte who’s experienced an event first hand, a collection of statistics such as the PRUFOS database or national security episodes such as nuclear missile bases being temporarily rendered ineffective by hovering craft – only one of these situations has to be “real” for the skeptical line to collapse.

UFO ‘non-gigglers’ are in good company

Editor, the Tribune: During some 40 years of study and discussion of the UFO phenomenon, I have encountered numerous academicians, politicians, social activists, journalists and others who have seriously ridiculed any mention of the serious investigation of the problem. Such ridicule was frequently demonstrated by what UFO researchers call the “giggle factor,” including self-satisfying smirks, rolled eyes and occasional outright belly-laughs. On the other hand, non-gigglers, and their views on the matter, include:

China US trade imbalance: bad policy or payback for CIA use of stolen WWII gold?

One of the enigmas of U.S. trade policy is the willingness of policy makers to allow China open access to U.S. markets while China throws up many obstacles to American imports. This has predictably led to the US China trade imbalance becoming an issue in the U.S. Presidential Republican campaign. In an interview on Fox News on February 2, 2012, Republican Presidential front runner, Mitt Romney, declared:

On my first day in office, I will label China a currency manipulator and under US law once that label has been affixed the president is able to apply tariffs to any of their goods … I’ve made it very clear to the Chinese that’s where we’ll go if they continue the practices they’re pursuing right now.

Romney’s get tough on China rhetoric impressed Donald Trump who promptly endorsed Romney for the Republican Presidential Primary. According to Trump: “I love what Mitt was saying about China and the rest of the world, which is just absolutely ripping us off and trying to destroy this nation with a smile. And I think that Mitt Romney really sees China for what they are.”

It is a fact that China maintains a huge trade deficit with the U.S. The exchange rate of China’s currency, the Renminbi, is kept artificially low making it very difficult for U.S. products to compete with cheap Chinese imports. Imports of Chinese products have devastated the U.S. manufacturing industry. To make matters worse, China establishes tariffs on a range of key U.S. export products, such as automobiles, making it even more difficult for the U.S. to reverse the trade deficit which continues to grow. Compounding the issue is China’s flagrant violation of intellectual property laws where Chinese firms pirate many U.S. products with almost total impunity thereby removing another means of balancing the trade deficit.

The trade imbalance has led to China accumulating vast reserves of US dollars, becoming the biggest purchaser of U.S. treasury bonds, and becoming America’s chief creditor. According to the U.S. Treasury, as of November 2011, China held 1.1 trillion dollars in U.S. treasury securities. All this has U.S. Republican presidential candidates and many economists speaking out loudly against China and calling for retaliatory measures such as tariffs, getting tough on Chinese violation of intellectual property laws, and pressuring China to revalue its currency. So are Romney, Trump and a host of prominent economists correct about China? Do they make a compelling case for abandoning a bad China trade policy?

The problem is that what Romney, Trump and other China trade policy critics miss is that the trade deficit is not a result of a poorly thought out U.S. trade policy. In fact the U.S. trade policy with China has been meticulously thought out. There is growing evidence that it is payback for the CIA’s decades long covert use of China’s “black gold” – gold that does not appear on any international gold registry. China’s “black gold” has been hidden for over six decades in order to fund a globally coordinated set of covert projects hidden from public view by the CIA and a consortium of national intelligence organizations and transnational corporations – a global Manhattan project.

Two very recent court cases and a June 2009 incident on the Italian/Swiss border involving high denomination 1934 Federal Reserve notes reveal a remarkable historical fact. During the Second World War era, vast quantities of Chinese gold reserves were either looted and hidden by the Japanese Imperial Army in the Philippines, or transferred by the Chinese Nationalist government to international safe havens. The biggest beneficiary of this vast historical movement of “black” gold was the U.S. government which arranged for a significant portion of China’s “black” gold to be transferred into the US. Federal Reserve system, and Federal Reserve bonds and/or notes issued in return.

The holders of these high denomination Federal Reserve bearer bonds/notes – often the descendents of Chinese/Asian royal families– could only redeem these bonds after lengthy periods of time, e.g., five decades. As a safeguard to ensure the “black gold” would not become publicly tradable, the Federal notes/bonds were printed with spelling errors and other abnormalities that would make them appear fraudulent. Attempts to redeem these bearer bonds have been unsuccessful. This has led to court cases and financial incidents that have drawn media attention over the high denomination bonds in dispute and their validity. Most public media attention wrongly concludes that these bonds are fraudulent as outlined in a recent Bloomberg article focusing on bonds found in the Philippines. Two recent court cases citing meticulous fact checking and documentation of these high denomination 1934 bonds, suggest otherwise.

Trillion dollar lawsuit exposes secret Bilderberg Gold Treaty & funding of extraterrestrial projects

A mysterious trillion dollar lawsuit filed on November 23, 2011 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, claims that 134.5 billion dollars worth of gold was secretly given to the U.S. government in the mid-1930s by the then Nationalist government of China for safekeeping. The lawsuit claims that 1934 U.S. Federal Reserve notes were issued to the Chinese government, and the gold transferred to the Federal Reserve Bank. It is claimed that a total sum of almost one trillion dollars representing both the principal and accumulated interest of the 1934 Federal Reserve notes was fraudulently taken from the plaintiff, Neil Keenan, an agent for the owners, a mysterious Asian entity called “The Dragon Family.” What makes the lawsuit worth paying attention to is that involves the unresolved June 2009 case of two Japanese citizens caught on a train in Italy while traveling to Switzerland with 134.5 billion dollars in US Federal Reserve notes, bonds and other financial instruments.

The U.S. District Court lawsuit has aroused considerable controversy over its authenticity and the ownership of the 134.5 billion in Federal Reserve notes, bonds and other financial instruments. The lawsuit was filed by William Mulligan Jr and Justin Gardner from Bleakley Platt and Schmidt, a reputable New York law firm. The principal plaintiff in the lawsuit, Neil Keenan, claims to have been defrauded by a number of official government agencies and political figures including a little known organization called the Office of International Treasury Control (OITC), and its principal officers Dr Ray Dam (President) and David Sale (Deputy Chief of the Council for Cabinet of OITC). On the other hand, Sale claims that Keenan and his accomplices fraudulently gained possession of the bonds from the OITC. Importantly, neither of the two parties contesting ownership of the bonds dispute their validity.

The U.S. District Court lawsuit supports claims by David Guyatt, author of The Secret Gold Treaty, that missing World War II era national gold reserves have been intentionally kept out of public circulation (“black gold”). Furthermore, the lawsuit reveals a coordinated international effort to launder, trade and defraud owners or investors of bonds and other financial instruments issued against the “black gold”. At the heart of this internationally coordinated effort, according to Guyatt, is the Bilderberg Group – which in 1954 played a key role in the passage of a Secret Gold Treaty.

A detailed study of these events has just been released by Dr Michael Salla, a former university professor and author of two books focusing on U.S. foreign policy. What the study will show is that what lies behind the Bilderberg Group’s involvement with “black gold” is to provide long-term funding for a globally coordinated ‘second’ Manhattan Project. The ultimate goal of this globally coordinated project is to comprehensively deal with a subject so vast and complex as to dwarf the resources of any one nation – extraterrestrial life and technology.

Open Letter to Extraterrestrial Visitors

Dear Galactic Family,

It is a great joy to know that your cloaked star ships are now orbiting Earth. We understand that they will become more visible when you make open contact with Earth citizens soon. I hope this letter quickly reaches you through some trustworthy means.

In a recent channeled message through Greg Giles, you stated “Your mission at this time is to help spread light, which is information, and help to calm the fears that may spread throughout your societies upon the announcements of our presence here. You have the tools at your disposal. Many of these have been purposely seeded into your culture for just this purpose. Use them well.”

Yes, we have the tools to spread your messages, but they are not being used as productively as they could be. We do not have the kind of information to share that is viewed as credible by the masses.    We have sayings like “Seeing is believing”, “A picture is worth a thousand words”, and “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” – Carl Sagan.   Telepathic messages and blurry UFO photos are not convincing to most Earth humans.

We would especially like to see your technologies for cleaning up our planet, curing our health problems, and providing non-polluting energy.

Access to your “viewing screen” would enable us to see important historical events in our cultures exactly as they occurred. Only a few citizens of Earth claim to have seen this fascinating technology on your star ships.

Sharing such tangible and persuasive evidence with the masses would greatly increase the number of your Earth family who are eager to welcome you. It would also lessen disruption to our services and supplies that you have warned us about if people are not well informed about you and your arrival.

News of your lives would reach hundreds of millions. This happened in May 2008 with the “alien in the window” video shown in Denver, Colorado. It created a flood of headline news worldwide.  Merely tens or hundreds of thousands seem to read channeled messages. A greater number of people would believe visual content.

Authentic videos of you would help us know what is true. They would be the most exciting and enlightening videos ever seen on Earth. We would share them with everyone we can. They would become immediate ‘viral’ sensations on the Internet.

Watching videos of you before your star ships uncloak would greatly reduce fear and panic about your upcoming visit. You would not face the risks of showing up as a total surprise to most Earth humans who did not read or believe the channeled messages.

Ron’s Paul’s strong second place finish in New Hampshire’s Presidential Primary greatly raises his prospects in the Republican Presidential race, and will lead to more attention on his policies. Paul’s policies are laid out in his “Plan to Restore America” where he targets five cabinet level departments for elimination: Energy, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Commerce, Interior, and Education. The resulting cuts would enable Paul to attain his economic goals of balancing the U.S. budget in three years and cutting the budget by one trillion dollars in his first year. The pros and cons of Paul’s radical economic plan is likely to be vigorously debated in the mainstream media in the months ahead during the Republican Presidential primary. Unlikely to appear in these debates is discussion of the community that is likely to be most impacted if Paul succeeds in implementing his Plan to Restore America – those benefiting directly from America’s deepest held secret. The key behind Paul’s growing support are his firm libertarian views about cutting back on the size of the Federal government, supporting individual liberties and ending foreign U.S. military interventions. The heart of Paul’s economic message is outlined in his “Plan to Restore America” Paul’s plan to eliminate five cabinet level departments and trillion dollar budget cut appeals to a cross spectrum of American society, while also alarming some Americans that benefit from a host of programs funded by these Federal departments. It will be surprise to many that among those likely to be most alarmed by Paul’s “Plan to Restore America” are not private citizens; but powerful corporate, government and military entities that use excesses, inefficiencies and waste in these five government departments as a cover for secretly funding a vast network of classified projects. A secret trillion dollar Black Budget has been created to fund this network of projects, which has all been hidden from most Americans, the media, the U.S. Congress, and even the President himself!
 

The ‘official’ black budget comprises single line items in the Department of Defense (DoD) budget that don’t refer to any real weapons system. These single line items are covers for a Congressionally sanctioned and publicly funded ‘black budget’ – a top secret slush fund for intelligence organizations such as the CIA, and classified weapons programs by the DoD. There is, however, a second black budget that is not congressionally sanctioned, but it is nevertheless publicly funded – America’s ‘unofficial’ black budget.

The conventional political view is that covert operations are funded by Congressional appropriations authorizing the DoD to use U.S. Treasury funds for classified projects and intelligence activities that appear as vague single line items on the DoD budget. Subtracting the cost of known weapons systems and intelligence programs from the total DoD budget gives Congressional analysts a means of estimating the size and scope of operations of the covert world of ‘black projects’, without knowing their precise budgets or activities.
 

There is however compelling evidence that the covert world of highly classified projects is primarily funded by a black budget created by the CIA rather than the DoD. Rather than being a beneficiary of a Congressionally sanctioned DoD ‘black budget’, the CIA has its own ‘unofficial’ black budget. The CIA’s black budget is a conduit for funds secretly siphoned into the various military intelligence agencies and private contractors associated with both the CIA and the DoD, for intelligence activities, covert operations, and weapons research and development.

The CIA has the unique legal ability among all U.S. government departments and agencies to generate funds through appropriations of other federal government agencies and other sources “without regard to any provisions of law,” and without regard to the intent behind Congressional appropriations.
 

Every year, according to Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary of HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development), billions of dollars of Congressional appropriations are diverted from their Congressionally sanctioned purposes to CIA and DoD based intelligence agencies without knowledge of the public and with the collusion of Congressional leaders. The covert world of ‘black programs’ acts with virtual impunity, overseen and regulated by itself, funding itself through secret slush funds, and is free of the limitations that come from Congressional oversight, proper auditing procedures and public scrutiny. The departments from which many of these black budget funds are secretly siphoned from are the very same as those proposed by Ron Paul for elimination: Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Interior, and Education.

The key to uncovering the true size of the black budget is the chronic accounting anomalies in the DoD budget. In the three year period from 1998-2000 when the DoD was audited by the Office of the Inspector General, it was found that an average of 1.7 trillion dollars per year could not be accounted for. These auditing anomalies is evidence that over one trillion U.S. dollars annually is being siphoned by the CIA into the DoD for secret distribution to various military intelligence agencies and corporate contractors, and the ‘deep black’ programs they support. Such siphoning, with dubious constitutional status, is made legal by various Congressional enactments, senior Congressional officials, and the Executive Office.
 

The size of the Black Budget, the secrecy surrounding it, the extent senior Federal officials and agencies go to in targeting individuals and companies threatening to reveal where Congressional appropriations are ultimately going, point to a vast network of ‘deep black projects’. This network collectively forms a highly classified second Manhattan Project whose existence, goals and budget are kept secret.

As Ron Paul proposes balancing the federal budget within three years and cutting one trillion in costs in his first year with his “Plan to Restore America”, he directly challenges those that benefit from America’s “unofficial” black budget. If the experiences of Catherine Austin Fitts are any guide, then the more success Paul enjoys during the Presidential primaries, the more likely he will be targeted in covert ways by beneficiaries of America’s black budget. The stakes are very high for Paul’s campaign as he threatens congressional funds flowing through cabinet departments that are most involved in secretly funding a trillion dollar black budget.

Trillion Dollar Lawsuit over Pre-War Chinese Gold

Have you heard of the trillion dollar lawsuit filed November 23, 2011 in New York City? Of course you haven’t. It could potentially expose vast corruption by the very people who control the corporate news media. If known by the public, the lawsuit could trigger an end to the long history of financial tyranny worldwide. The lawsuit names defendants such as the Federal Reserve, former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon, and other familiar power-players.

Neil Keenan filed the lawsuit on behalf of Asian families. It starts to shed light on the extreme depth and breadth of control of the global economy by an elite and powerful group of people. It is a bigger secret than the well known cover-up of UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors on Earth. Mr. Fulford claims to have gained inside knowledge of the complex details behind the lawsuit from the Asian families on behalf of whom the lawsuit was filed. The only mainstream news source to report on the lawsuit since its filing was Dan McCue of Courthouse News Service, an entity likely to be almost unknown by the mainstream public. Despite the official government cover-up of UFO files, stories of UFOs are routinely found in the mainstream news media. Even modest sightings create a flood of media coverage. The Wall Street Journal even printed front-page story on the Denver campaign to create and Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, October 29, 2010. But a Google news search on this trillion dollar lawsuit against the Federal Reserve shows no news coverage at all! It is not even mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.

There is also no evidence of comments on the lawsuit from any of the presidential candidates. All this raises even more suspicion. Fortunately, it has been posted on thousands of blogs and web sites that are not controlled by the corporate media.

The interviews with Benjamin Fulford are rich in detail and intrigue. They reveal a deeper motive for World War II and plans for World War III. They also link these wars to the assassination of JFK, 9/11 events, and much more. It is all about the gold!

The interview and commentary will keep readers on the edge of their seats. That will make it easier when their jaws to drop to the floor.
