Bentwaters UFO Caught on Radar Travelling 120 Miles in Eight Seconds

• In Robert Hasting’s 2016 documentary film, UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed, Hastings cites key witnesses like Lt Colonel Charles Halt, where a UFO shaped like a basketball was recorded as having travelled 120mph in less than eight seconds during the Rendlesham Forest incident of 1980.

• The night of December 27, 1980, a team of security officers noted a bright beam coming from the depths of the Rendlesham Forest near to the base. Two days later, on the night of December 29, then Deputy Base Commander Halt, and colleagues, saw flashing lights darting across the forest, before the glowing object shot beams of light into the ground and disappeared.

• Lt Colonel Halt documented the entire incident in early 1981 for the UK’s Ministry of Defence. It stated how he and other witnesses saw a glowing object in the forest and a ‘red, sun-like’ pulsing light in the trees, and that a quick-moving, metallic-like triangular-shaped object was spotted acting erratically. Later, reports came in that the UFO had targeted the base’s storage facility of nukes – the largest in Europe at the time – and began pinging beams into the nuclear missile bunker. Hastings believes that the incident was a warning to humanity.

• Ike Barker and Jim Carey, who are featured in the documentary, were radar operators with the 2164th Communications Squadron at RAF Bentwaters in in Suffolk, England in the early 1980s. Barker and Carey say the object flew over the base during the incident. Several other eye-witnesses confirmed seeing the speeding ball during the series of unexplained encounters.

• Barker described it as ‘basketball-like object’, orange in color and “it popped into my mind that somebody was flying a basketball out here. There were lights around the center (of the orange sphere) but not like navigation lights. …[T]he lights were ‘more like portholes, as if you were seeing the lights from the inside coming out. It hovered momentarily, reversed its course and went back out a high rate of speed.” Prior to the object speeding off, it made an unnatural right angle shift. “It was just phenomenal to see it go that fast. I said that can’t be one of ours,” recalled Carey. “No jet can make an immediate right-hand turn.”

• While some have tried to debunk the strange sightings as military satellites, secret weaponry, a meteor, or the nearby shine from the Orfordness lighthouse, radar operator Barker is convinced in what he saw, saying, “It wasn’t like any radar target I’ve ever seen.” “It was traveling at an extremely high rate of speed,’ he recalled. ‘It passed over the control tower and then it stopped. I’ve never seen anything like the maneuverability that happened with this object.”

• Like many military personnel, Barker and Carey chose not to immediately come forward to their superiors with this information, for fear of a military discharge. Declassified documents from both the US and Russian governments have since emerged to reveal similar strange occurrences during the Cold War period. There are around 150 military witnesses to such unexplained phenomenon.

• [Editor’s Note]   Unfortunately, this is the same Robert Hastings who is accused by the son of an Air Force officer, a witness to the incident, of fabricating the story that the inexplicable shutdown of ten nuclear missiles at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana on March 16, 1967 was due to a UFO hovering directly over the base. A documentary has attempted to shine new light on the infamous Rendlesham Forest incident from 1980, involving UFOs and nuclear weapons.

With UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed, the latest feature to offer new and compelling details on the decades-old incident, the feature, produced by US researcher Robert Hastings, cites key witnesses like Lt Colonel Charles Halt, where a UFO shaped like a basketball was recorded as having travelled 120mph in less than eight seconds.

Ike Barker and Jim Carey, who were radar operators at the RAF Bentwaters, Suffolk, in the early 1980s, say the object flew over the base during the much debated incident in December of 1980.

The speeding ball happened during a series of unexplained encounters that amounted to several eye-witnesses saying they’d seen it. Filmmaker Hastings, who has investigated the event, believes it was a warning to humanity, as the UFO appeared to target the base’s nuclear arsenal.

the UK’s Ministry of Defence. It stated how he and other witnesses saw a glowing object in the forest and a ‘red, sun-like’ pulsing light in the trees, and that a quick-moving, metallic-like triangular-shaped object was spotted acting erratically.

While some have tried to debunk the strange sightings as military satellites, secret weaponry, a meteor, or the nearby shine from the Orfordness lighthouse, those who were there say different.

Ike is convinced in what he saw, saying, ‘It wasn’t like any radar target I’ve ever seen.’

‘It was travelling at an extremely high rate of speed,’ he recalled. ‘It passed over the control tower and then it stopped. I’ve never seen anything like the manoeuvrability that happened with this object.’

Describing it as basketball-like object, he said it was ‘orange in colour and it popped into my mind that somebody was flying a basketball out here. There were lights around the centre but not like navigation lights.’

• Why do people reject notions of extraterrestrial life on Earth? Associate professor of physics at the University of Albany, Dr. Kevin Knuth, chalks it up to “human arrogance.” “It happens time and time again,” said Knuth, a former NASA scientist. Often, humans are simply unable to accept the truth.

• When Knuth was working toward his doctorate at the Univeristy of Minnesota, he and some other students were mulling over a newspaper report of cattle mutilations near the school’s campus. A physics professor added to the puzzle by informing the students about UFO sightings at a nearby nuclear site. Knuth and the students laughed it off. Years later, Knuth came across a video of Robert Hastings talking about “nuclear incursions” by UFOs, including the time they were seen over that same Minnesota nuclear site. Knuth decided that perhaps he should take a closer look into it.

• Knuth examined at the case of the head of Harvard’s psychiatry department, Professor John E. Mack, who had interviewed hundreds of proclaimed alien abductees. Before his passing in 2004, Mack told the BBC, “I would say there is a compelling, powerful phenomenon here that I can’t account for in any other way.” “[I]t seems to me that it invites a deeper, further inquiry.” Harvard dropped the investigation.

• Knuth says that interest in UFOs has fallen victim to “circular logic” where, because it feels so unscientific, many scientists won’t touch the subject, leading to a reinforcement of the idea that interest in UFOs is solely the purview of pseudoscientists and conspiracy theorists. Knuth noted that, “There’s been scientists who have been interested in this all along, but… were afraid of the stigma.” The government’s new term, ‘UAP’ or ‘unidentified aerial phenomena’ is another deliberate attempt to escape the stigma of UFO research.

• Since the US Navy acknowledged last year that Navy videos released in 2017 (including the ‘tic tac’ UFO) were “real”, Knuth has sensed a shift in credibility toward UFOs. Some of these UFOs achieved up to 5000 times the acceleration of gravity and indicated an unnatural, non-human origin. He now sees a ‘very real science’ to these strange observances that have been made across the globe and throughout history. “Now the trick is looking for an explanation.”

• Knuth entertains two working hypotheses in approaching a UFO incident. One is that extraterrestrials are behind the encounters. The other considers the possibility of an Earth-based civilization having “extreme technology.” Said Knuth, “For me, it suggests that we missed some physics somewhere.”

• To that end, Knuth became a member of both UAP eXpeditions and the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies. UAP eXpeditions will be renting two vessels to navigate an area of the Pacific Ocean that is considered a UFO hotspot, and is near where the USS Nimitz had an infamous (‘tic tac’) encounter in 2004. (see previous ExoArticle here) Knuth is also working on simulations to predict where these craft might have originated from within the universe.

• Knuth believes that the UFO subject could prove critically important someday. “No matter what it is, it’s something we don’t know [scientifically],” says Knuth. “And isn’t that something we should want to know about?”

That a pandemic would tank the United States economy and fundamentally alter the lives of every American was also hard to believe, just a month ago. Now, millions, if not billions, of people are confined to their homes, wondering about new hypotheticals after what was once an impossibility exploded into their reality.

The story of Knuth’s interest in UFOs is not dissimilar. While he was at the University of Minnesota, two weeks into working toward his doctorate, a report in the local paper of two cattle mutilations near the school’s campus caught the attention of incoming students.

“We were actively discussing this,” Knuth recalled, “scratching our heads, trying to figure out what kind of crazy place we all came to.”

Overhearing one of those conversations, a physics professor offered the students information about UFO sightings at a nearby nuclear site as a means of furthering discussion, but the students, including Knuth, largely ignored him.

“When he walked away, we laughed our asses off because it seemed so ridiculous,” Knuth said.

• Former high-ranking US defense and intelligence officials, aerospace-industry veterans, academics and others associated with ‘To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science’ are asking: ‘why are so many UFOs being reported near nuclear facilities—and why isn’t there more urgency on the part of the government to assess their potential national-security threat?’ Their investigations are the subject of HISTORY’s limited series “Unidentified.”

• In the past century, more than a few UFO sightings have been reported in military contexts. In late World War II, U.S. airmen called the bright orange UFOs flying along the French-German border “foo fighters”. During the Korean War, soldiers claimed that a blue-green light emitting “pulsing rays” made their whole battalion sick with radiation poisoning.

• In the last 75 years, high-ranking U.S. military and intelligence personnel have also reported UFOs near sites associated with nuclear power, weaponry and technology—from the early atomic-bomb development and test sites of the past to active nuclear naval fleets in the present. “All of the nuclear facilities—Los Alamos, Livermore, Sandia, Savannah River—all had dramatic incidents where these unknown craft appeared over the facilities and nobody knew where they were from or what they were doing there,” said investigative journalist George Knapp.

• “There seems to be a lot of correlation there,” says Lue Elizondo, who from 2007 to 2012 served as director of the Pentagon UFO study program called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program.

• Robert Hastings, a UFO researcher and author of the book: UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, says that ‘Nuclear-adjacent’ sightings go back decades. Witnesses to these incidents are often highly trained personnel with top security clearances. In recent years, their reports are being corroborated by sophisticated technology.

• In late 1948, “green fireballs” were reported in the skies near atomic laboratories in Los Alamos and Sandia, New Mexico, where the atomic bomb was first developed and tested. A declassified FBI document from 1950 mentions “flying saucers” measuring almost 50 feet in diameter near the Los Alamos labs. Over a dozen workers from the Nevada desert atomic test site told Knapp that UFO activity was commonplace.

• In the 1960s and ’70s, repeated UFO sightings emerged at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana, a storage site for nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missiles. At one such sighting in 1967, former Air Force Capt. Robert Salas reported several of those missiles becoming inoperative, or “unlaunchable”, at the same time that base security reported seeing a glowing red object, about 30 feet in diameter, hovering over the facility.

• In December 1980, the US Air Force secretly housed nuclear weapons in 25 fortified bunkers beneath the Royal Air Force base at Bentwaters in Suffolk, England. USAF master sergeant Ivan Barker saw an object on radar having remarkable speed and maneuverability, covering 120 miles in a matter of seconds. He looked out of the window and saw a craft hovering over a water tower. “It was between about 1,500 and 2,000 feet high. The thing was…at least a city block…in diameter,” said Barker. Barker says it was shaped like a giant basketball, with portholes around the center, from which lights were emanating outward. “I was shocked… There was nothing aerodynamic about it. Basketballs don’t fly.” Then in a second it was gone. But Barker didn’t report the sighting to his superiors. “You don’t understand what the Air Force did to people who reported UFOs,” he said.

• Colonel Charles Halt was the deputy commander at RAF Bentwaters that night. Halt led a patrol to investigate the strange colorful lights seen descending into the nearby Rendlesham Forest. He saw a red light moving horizontally though the trees, “obviously under some kind of intelligent control.” A laser-like beam, he said, “landed 10-15 feet away from us. I was literally in shock.” Then the object flew north towards the base. Says Halt, “We could hear chatter on the radios that the beams went down into the weapons storage area.” The Air Force generals closed the case without investigation.

• In recent years, the US Navy has reported several UFO encounters off of both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts. Navy F-18 fighter pilots saw UFOs almost daily for several months between the summer of 2014 and the spring of 2015 along the Eastern seaboard between Virginia and Florida. “Wherever we were, they were there,” said Ryan Graves, an F-18 fighter pilot who holds a degree in aerospace engineering. The objects appeared in three shapes, Graves says—some were discs, others looked like a cube inside a sphere, while smaller round objects flew together in formation. All lacked visible engines or exhaust systems. Some tilted, mid-flight, like spinning tops, as seen in cockpit video. One UFO almost caused a collision by zipping dangerously between two jets. Graves said that the UFOs also appeared in the Persian Gulf.

• In November 2004, Navy pilots and radar operators from the USS Nimitz carrier fleet saw a 40-foot long tic-tac shaped object flying just above the ocean, 100 miles off the coast of California near San Diego. When F-18 fighter jets were scrambled to approach the object, it accelerated and easily outran the supersonic Navy craft.

• Chris Mellon, former US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence said that a carrier battle group being shadowed by UFOs all the way across the Atlantic to the Middle East “makes an extremely compelling case for the existence of technologies we didn’t think were possible.”

• There is an increasing openness in the Pentagon and on Capitol Hill to taking these sightings seriously as potential threats. In April 2019, the US Navy announced that it was updating its guidelines for how pilots and personnel should report unexplained aerial phenomena—making it easier for military members to report sightings to superiors without facing stigma and backlash. And now Congress has taken more interest in these UFO briefings.

• George Knapp says there is more UFO activity now than he has seen in three decades. Knapp notes that personnel at the military facilities, bases, ships and submarines where nuclear weapons are built, tested and deployed “have seen these things”. “Are they all crazy?”

“There seems to be a lot of correlation there,” says Lue Elizondo, who from 2007 to 2012 served as director of a covert team of UAP researchers operating inside the Department of Defense. The program, called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), received $22 million of the Pentagon’s $600 billion budget in 2012, The New York Times reported. Elizondo now helps lead To the Stars’ investigations.

The UFO-nuclear Connection Began at the Dawn of the Atomic Age.

Nuclear-adjacent sightings go back decades, says Robert Hastings, a UFO researcher and author of the book UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites. Hastings says he’s interviewed more than 160 veterans who have witnessed strange things in the skies around nuclear sites.

“You have objects being tracked on radar performing at speeds that no object on earth can perform,” Hastings says. “You have eyewitness [military] personnel. You have jet pilots.” Witnesses to these incidents are often highly trained personnel with top security clearances. In recent years, their reports are being corroborated by sophisticated technology.

Why Do Extraterrestrial Visitors Come to Our Small Planet?

• Why are extraterrestrials here? It’s the most common question I (Cheryl Costa) get asked during media interviews, at UFO conferences, and from just everyday people who know I write about the subject. I think the best answer is that there is an unseen extraterrestrial caretaker species here to protect the Earth’s human species from an aggressor off-world species who would subjugate us or destroy us. And also to prevent the more aggressive Earth humans from selfishly destroying this lovely blue planet we live on.

• According to Ancient Astronaut theory, extraterrestrials have been teaching our forbearers arts and sciences, nudging our species toward being technologically capable of leaving this planet to explore the stars.

• Were the reported aerial battles over the skies of Nuremberg, Germany on April 14, 1561, and over Basel, Switzerland on July 27 and 28 and August 7, 1566 actually a clash between an off-world aggressor species and another caretaker species?

• In July and August 1945 the United States detonated three nuclear weapons: one in the New Mexico desert, followed by nuclear attacks on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. By June and July 1947, there was a massive wave of “flying saucer-type” craft reported from 39 states. Perhaps this set off concerns with our ET caretakers.

• In Robert Hastings’ book UFOs and Nukes, Hastings reported more than 80 accounts of unknown craft hovering over and disabling nuclear missiles and their control facilities at various times during the mid- to late-1960s. Were they our ET caretakers?

• In February 2018, I interviewed intelligence officer Luis Elizondo, the former director of the top-secret Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). He told me that the “UFOs seem to be interested in our most advanced military technology.”

• Thomas Conwell, the author of the THEY Are Here book series, has noted a trend where the ET caretakers seem acutely interested in cleaning up our polluted areas, strip mining and waste areas.

• It seems that our ET caretakers keep telling we humans a common message: “Take care of your planet!”

 

Why are extraterrestrials here? It’s the most common question I get asked during media interviews, at UFO conferences, and from just everyday people who know I write about the subject.

The answer isn’t easy because Earth humans don’t have a clue regarding the extraterrestrials’ interests. In our own culture we all have different motivations, be it fame, fortune, family life and other influences. We’re certainly not all the same in terms of our needs, desires and pursuits.

Cultural aspects play a big part in our interests and outlook. I’ve met people who have told me they’ve never seen Star Trek or Star Wars. I’ve also known others who have never read Harry Potter books or seen the movie adaptations. Just these few dissimilarities alone define a vast difference in western cultural perspective.

So when it comes to extraterrestrials, too many people try to interpret them from a specific human cultural viewpoint.
Why are extraterrestrials here? I tend to think humans are interesting to watch and study. I suppose that might be the extraterrestrial xenoanthropologist’s viewpoint.

If you are a follower of the Ancient Astronaut theory, there seems to be a huge preponderance of evidence to suggest that extraterrestrials have been visiting during human evolution. They seem to have been teaching our ancient forbearers’ arts and sciences, as well as nudging us as a species toward technologically being capable of leaving this planet in the far future.

Then there’s what I call the extraterrestrial protector and nanny caretaker aspect. On the morning of April 14, 1561, the citizenry of the German city of Nuremberg awoke to a massive aerial battle going on in the skies over the city. It happened again five years later in Basel, Switzerland, on July 27 and 28 and Aug. 7, 1566. Was this a clash between an off-world aggressor species and another caretaker species?

Of course, Nuremberg and Basel were long ago, so how about something a bit more modern? In July and August 1945 the United States detonated three nuclear weapons: one in the New Mexico desert, followed by nuclear attacks on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Shortly afterward, strange crafts in our world’s skies became a major topic of discussion.

In June and July 1947, there was a massive wave of “flying saucer-type” craft reported from 39 states via the wire services of the day. There was an exhaustive study in the 1960s by NICAP (National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena) author Ted Bloecher in his book Report on the UFO Wave of 1947.

Did our nanny off-world caretakers realize that our war was like primitive species playing with a box of nuclear matches? Perhaps this set off concerns with the nanny ET caretakers.

I-Team: New Film Claims UFOs Monitored Nuclear Weapons

• In 1955, 14 A-bombs were detonated at the Nevada Test Site as part of Operation Teapot. This was witnessed by thousands of military personnel and test site employees… and UFOs. “[Flying saucers] were pretty prevalent at the test site back then,” said a former test site photographer. At least a dozen former test site employees have told similar stories about UFOs showing up hours or days after an atomic blast. A group of more than 150 military veterans, missile officers, and security personnel, including many who worked at the Nevada Test Site, say they’ve seen mystery intruders over nuclear facilities.

• Author and UFO investigator Robert Hastings has interviewed more than 150 military veterans, missile officers, and others who worked in various parts of the atomic weapons program. They’ve all told the same story. “In fact, UFOs have routinely monitored our nuclear weapons dating back decades and that, on occasion, apparently have interfered with the functionality of those weapons,” Hastings said. In addition, thousands of pages of government documents have been declassified and released to buttress these stories.

• See the pair of video clips from the film “UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed” that includes incidents where UFOs have not only infiltrated restricted airspace over nuclear missile bases, but have disabled ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles) and put the military on high alert. In one incident from the film, military photographers using telescopic lenses watch as a UFO disables a warhead used in a missile test fired from Vandenberg. “Flying over the Pacific suddenly this domed disc came into frame, circled the warhead, which is flying at 8 or 10,000 miles-per-hour, shot four beams of light at it, whereupon the dummy warhead fell into the Pacific Ocean and the UFO left the vicinity,” Hastings said.

• UFO incidents at the Nevada Test Site became so routine that teams were assigned the job of specifically looking for them at Indians Springs Air Force Base. “They were all luminous, they were disc-shaped, some of them were square-shaped. We were to pick up a telephone in this little shack. There was no dial tone. A voice would just come on. We would read off all these coordinates, the direction of the object, etcetera, then when we wrote this stuff down on a piece of paper, we were to burn the paper in a trash can in the shack,” Hastings said.

• The government ended atomic weapons testing years ago, but Nevada incidents continue. Former security officers at Area 2 at Nellis Air Force Base, for years a storage facility for up to 200 nuclear warheads, have reported multiple intrusions by UFOs from the late 1990s through 2004. Similar incidents have been reported in the UK, India, Pakistan, Russia and other nuclear powers.

LAS VEGAS – Officially, the U.S. government ended its study of UFOs in 1969 because — it assured the public — there is no proof the phenomena represents a threat to national security.

But what if these unknown aircraft showed an interest in our nuclear weapons?

A group of more than 150 military veterans, missile officers, and security personnel, including many who worked at the Nevada Test Site, say they’ve seen mystery intruders over nuclear facilities.

In the darkest days of the Cold War, atomic weapons were routinely exploded above ground at the Nevada Test Site, the most nuked placed on earth.

In 1955, 14 A-bombs were detonated as part of Operation Teapot, witnessed by thousands of military personnel in trenches, and by thousands of test site employees. But there were other observers as well.

“It was what we called flying saucers. They were pretty prevalent at the test site back then,” said a former test site photographer.

At least a dozen former test site employees have told similar stories about unknown aircraft showing up hours or days after an atomic blast.

Author and investigator Robert Hastings has spent more than 40 years locating and interviewing military veterans, missile officers, and others who worked in various parts of the atomic weapons program, more than 150 of them so far. They’ve all told the same story.

“That, in fact, UFOs have routinely monitored our nuclear weapons dating back decades and that, on occasion, apparently have interfered with the functionality of those weapons,” Hastings said.

In addition to the eyewitness accounts, thousands of pages of formerly-classified documents have been released to buttress these stories.

• A 2017 documentary entitled UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed by Robert Hastings, produced by Verifiable Pictures, and featured on zoharstargate.com and the UAMN TV YouTube channel (see 48:58 video below) exposes the link between global nuclear warheads and the nimble UFOs that shut them down. The quality of first-hand witness accounts and use of declassified military documents makes Robert Hastings’ documentary highly credible.

• Robert Hastings’s father served in the U.S. Air Force, and in 1966/67 was stationed at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. A 16 year-old Hastings witnessed five UFOs hovering over a Minuteman missile site, which was also tracked on radar at base air control. That experience led him to a lifetime of research.

Information in this documentary includes:

• UFOs began showing up at American nuclear laboratories, bomb storage depots, and weapons tests grounds as early as December 1948, most notably at Los Alamos, the birthplace of nuclear weapons.

• In a July 1, 1952 edition of Look magazine, the Air Force confirmed more than 800 sightings of flying saucers with reports from outposts all across the country, including “our vital atomic installation sites.” Atomic sites were specific areas of intense interests for the odd, fast-moving saucers.

• In 1962, the commanding officer at Walker AFB near Roswell NM received a call from ground crew reporting a bright light above Missile Site Six. The UFO rapidly accelerated, instantly stopped and changed directions, like nothing they had ever witnessed before.

• In the mid-1960’s, a missile launch officer stationed underneath Malsmtrom Air Force Base in Montana received a call from a ground-based security guard that a red glowing object was hovering over the front gate. The inter-continental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) there were immediately locked into a “no-go” condition, shutting them down.

• In 1965, the commanding officer at Warren AFB in Wyoming received a call from the security control officer to report six oblong lights hovering above the gate while missile launch sites in North and South Dakota reported similar incidents.

• In 1966, an officer at Minot AFB, North Dakota reported a 100-ft long object hovering over his missile launch pads, shutting them all down.

• In 1967, hovering UFOs shut down missile launch operations at the USAF communications center in Great Falls, Montana.

• Also in 1967, an officer at Vandenberg AFB in California, filmed a saucer-shaped UFO intercept and destroy an ICBM test flight, shooting beams of light at it while maneuvering at a speed of 6,000 mph. The CIA confiscated his film.

• In 1976, security guards at Warren AFB in Wyoming reported a 50-foot long cigar-shaped white object hovering in the sky.

• Declassified documents reveal that UFOs consistently appeared at the Oak Ridge Nuclear Lab in Tennessee, the Hanford Processing Plant in Washington State, and the plutonium-manufacturing site at the Savannah River Complex, SC.

• In fact, every ICBM base in the U.S. reported incidents of objects hovering over missile facilities. Often, USAF personnel tracked the UFOs on radar performing maneuvers vastly beyond man-made capabilities. Air Force interceptors chased some of the objects in futile attempts.

• Missile sites in the former Soviet Union also experienced identical malfunctioning problems during the same time frame.

• As recently as October 2012, multiple UFO incidents have occurred at ICBM sites in Montana.

• Visitors from outer space obviously do not like nuclear weapons in the hands of humans. Any force powerful enough to shut down multiple nuclear weapon silos is so far beyond the capabilities of earthlings. Their message is clear: mankind needs to eliminate nuclear weapons.

• [Editor’s Note]  It has been speculated that a mid-level U.S. Air Force secret space program recently shot down an ICBM heading toward Hawaii. But UFO monitoring of nuclear warheads has been going on since the late 1940’s, way before the Air Force had a secret space program. Could these UFO’s belong to benevolent extraterrestrials that have been shielding humanity from the consequences of nuclear war for the past seventy years?

Flash forward 65 years: Interviews with U.S. military personnel validate the presence of strange UFO craft shutting down nuclear missile sites, turning the instruments off, inoperative, and overriding human controls. All of which is shocking to the nth degree!

Visitors from outer space obviously do not like nuclear stuff in the hands of humans. Otherwise, why focus on shutting down nuclear sites? Any force powerful enough to shut down nuclear weapon silos is so far beyond the capabilities of earthlings that they can dictate whatever they want. Still, why shut down missile sites? If “intention” is exposed by activity, then their message says nuclear power plants and nuclear weapons should go the way of the dodo bird.

A documentary film d/d July 2, 2017, UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed by UAMN TV is fascinating, almost beyond belief.

There are many, many documentaries about UFOs but mostly ill conceived, unsubstantiated and horribly contrived. UAMN’s may be one of the only films that seems credible (hopefully, maybe) because of the quality of first-hand witness accounts and use of declassified military documents.

UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed is a Robert Hastings film. He was born in Albuquerque, NM in 1950 at a military base where atomic weapons were engineered. His father served in the USAF. From 1966-67, the family was stationed at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. During one particular incident of UFO activity over a Minuteman missile site, Hastings personally witnessed five UFOs tracked on radar at base air control. That experience led to a lifetime of research. The film’s message comes thru very clearly. Humans should not be messing around with nuclear power. Didn’t Einstein also say that?

Hastings’ film is based upon declassified U.S. government documents and personal accounts of military officers, revealing that, as early as December 1948, UFOs began showing up at American nuclear laboratories, bomb storage depots, weapons tests grounds, and as time went on, intercontinental weapons missile sites.

ICBM launch officers from the 1960s and 1970s have come forward with Encounters of the Third Kind, stating that UFOs hovered over launch facilities as ICBMs suddenly malfunctioned, unable to launch or react to commands by human operators. Additionally, ground level security guards made panicky calls to underground mission control officers, informing them of the presence of unidentified circular craft maneuvering in the sky above ICBM launch silos.

In September 2010 several high-ranking retired military officers came forth in Washington, D.C. to discuss these encounters, as follows:

Captain Robert Salas, U.S. Air Force, retired in 1967, was a first lieutenant stationed at Malsmtrom Air Force Base in Montana as a missile launch officer. On March 24th a ground-based security guard called Capt. Salas to report, whilst screaming into the phone, that a red glowing object was hovering over the front gate. Immediately thereupon, the ICBMs locked into a “no-go” condition, as if a magical wand waved across the sky, shutting down the ICBMs.

Lt. Col Dwynne Arneson, retired USAF in 1967, was officer in charge of the Air Force communications center at Great Falls, Montana. In March he received a message from a junior officer that hovering UFOs had shut down missile launch operations.

Captain Bruce Fenstermacher, USAD retired from Warren AFB Wyoming 1976. Security guards reported a 50’ long cigar-shaped white object hovering in the sky. When Capt Fenstermacher later met with the security guard, he was in the fetal position and could not be calmed down.

According to U.S. unclassified documents, missile sites in the former Soviet Union also experienced identical malfunctioning problems during the same time frame.

The Freedom of Information Act revealed documents confirming, as early as December 1948, UFOs were sighted at Los Alamos, the birthplace of nuclear weapons. That same lab tested the first atomic bomb only three weeks before dropping the atomic bomb on Japan. The documents claim that UFOs consistently appeared in the area. The Oak Ridge Nuclear Lab in Tennessee also experienced UFOs, as did the Hanford Processing Plant in Washington State, and so did the Savannah River Complex, a plutonium-manufacturing site in South Carolina.

UFO sightings began to occur in earnest at U.S. missile sites as early as 1962. Lt Col Philip Moore, USAF retired Walker AFB, was in command at missile Complex Seven in charge of a launch crew for ICBMs. His ground crew reported a bright light above Site Six that rapidly accelerated, instantly stopped, and instantly changed directions, nothing like they had ever witnessed before.

Every ICBM base in the U.S. reported incidents of objects hovering over missile facilities. Often, USAF personnel tracked the UFOs on radar, performing maneuvers vastly beyond man-made capabilities. Radar operators were stunned as the objects flew at speeds of thousands of MPH, made sharp angled turns, and instantly stopped in mid air. Air Force interceptors chased some of the objects in futile attempts.

At Vandenberg AFB in 1967 Dr. Robert Jacobs (lieutenant at the time) said he witnessed a UFO intercept and destroy a test ICBM flight. He filmed the missile launches with a telescopic camera. A dummy warhead at speeds of 5,000-6,000 MPH was shot four times and destroyed by a UFO that he captured on film. The CIA captured his film.

Before the CIA took the film, Jacobs’ superior officer Major Mansmann, using a magnifier, studied the film in detail frame-by-frame. Here’s what he saw: The shape was a classic disc with a raised bubble in the center. The entire lower saucer glowed, and it rotated slowly. As it shot beams of light at the USAF dummy warhead, the saucer first positioned itself to aim and shoot, happening at speeds of 6,000 MPH.
