NATO Mutual Defense Pact to Add Space Attacks

June 14, 2021                                                   (abc.net.au)

• Around 2,000 satellites orbit the Earth, and over half of them are operated by NATO countries, ensuring everything from mobile phone and banking services to weather forecasts. Military commanders rely on some of these satellites to navigate, communicate, share intelligence and detect missile launches. Around 80 countries have satellites, with private companies are moving in as well. In the 1980s, just a fraction of NATO’s communications was via satellite. Today, it’s at least 40 per cent.

• Article 5 of NATO’s founding treaty states that attacks on any one of the 30 NATO allies will be considered an attack on all of them. NATO’s collective defense clause has applied to military attacks on land, sea, or in the air, and more recently in cyberspace. It has only been activated once, when the members rallied behind the US following the September 11, 2001 attacks.

• Many NATO member countries are concerned about what they say is increasingly aggressive behavior in space by China and Russia. In December 2019, NATO leaders declared space to be the alliance’s “fifth domain” of operations, after land, sea, air and cyberspace. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg (pictured above) said that “any attack on space capabilities, like satellites and so on or attacks from space, will or could trigger Article 5 …which states that an attack on one will be regarded as an attack on all – that we all will respond.”

• Former US President Donald Trump raised deep concern among US allies, notably those bordering Russia like Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, when he suggested that he might not rally to their side if they didn’t boost their defense budgets. Since occupying the office, Biden has tried to reassure them of America’s commitment to its European allies. Trump also ordered the creation of the US Space Force, which was launched in 2019. “Space is the world’s new war-fighting domain,” said Trump.

defence clause to include attacks in space, the military organisation’s top civilian official says.

Article 5 of NATO’s founding treaty states that attacks on any one of the 30 allies will be considered an attack on all of them.

So far, it has only applied to military attacks on land, sea, or in the air, and more recently in cyberspace.

“I think it is important [with] our Article 5, which states that an attack on one will be regarded as an attack on all, that we all will respond,” NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg said.

“We will make it clear at this summit that, of course, any attack on space capabilities like satellites and so on or attacks from space will or could trigger Article 5,” he said, a few hours before chairing a summit with US President Joe Biden and his counterparts.

Around 2,000 satellites orbit the Earth, over half operated by NATO countries, ensuring everything from mobile phone and banking services to weather forecasts.

Military commanders rely on some of them to navigate, communicate, share intelligence and detect missile launches.

UK Proposes the Creation of a Space Command

Article by Nicholas Puschman                                         January 5, 2021                                            (lexology.com)

• Since the 1967 Outer Space Treaty established the international legal framework for space activities, space has become recognized as a potential domain of warfare. Satellites are increasingly viewed as essential components of critical communications for military and defense purposes, and space-faring countries have made clear the importance of space and space technology to their current and future defense posture.

• In 2019, space was recognized by NATO as the latest operational domain (along with air, land, sea and cyberspace). In October 2020, NATO announced that it would establish a center for space operations at Ramstein airbase in Germany to increase deterrence and defense. While many countries have had space-related functions within existing military branches, both the US and France have recently established new military branches devoted to the strategic and military importance of space. In 2019, the U.S. established Space Force and France formed a new Space Command (Commandement de l’Espace), which supersedes the previous French military service dealing with space.

• In recent years, the UK government has been considering how to develop its capabilities in using space technology and ensuring that space is part of its national defense strategy. In 2019, the UK Ministry of Defence announced several new military space initiatives and published plans for a Defence Space Strategy, noting that “satellites and space-based services are vital to modern life” and that “there would be severe consequences from any disruption, whether by natural or man-made hazards, or intentional threats from hostile states”.

• On November 18, 2020, the UK announced its proposal to establish a new military command dedicated to space. (see previous ExoArticle here) The proposal of a new Royal Air Force (RAF) space command was part of an announcement by the UK Government of the largest defense budget since the Cold War of £16.5 billion over the next four years. The full details of how this new UK space command will be composed, and what it will do, remain to be seen.

• The potential opportunities of a new UK military space command will likely be of interest to industry players, and in particular those involved in the UK spaceport market in relation to commercial spaceflight and spaceports, such as those being established in Scotland. In announcing the new defense budget, Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated that “we will establish…a new RAF space command, launching British satellites and our first rocket from Scotland in 2022.”

Space has long been recognised as a potential domain of warfare – indeed, it was one of the major motivating factors in establishing the international legal framework for space activities in the form of the Outer Space Treaty 1967. Space continues to be viewed as an area of strategic importance for military capability, and satellites are increasingly viewed as essential components of critical communications for military and defence purposes. In recent years, many space-faring countries and international organisations have made clear the importance of space and space technology to their current and future defence.

At an international level, in 2019, space was recognised by NATO as the latest operational domain (along with air, land, sea and cyberspace) and adopted a new space policy. In October, NATO announced that it would establish a centre for space operations at Ramstein airbase in Germany to increase deterrence and defence.

At a national level, while many countries have long had space-related functions within existing military branches, countries such as the US and France, as two examples, have recently established new military branches to clearly demonstrate the strategic and military importance of space. In 2019, the US established an independent military branch dedicated to space defence, named the US Space Force. In the same year, France formed a new Space Command (Commandement de l’Espace), which supersedes the previous French military service dealing with space.

The UK announces the establishment of a new military command dedicated to space

On 18 November 2020, the UK announced its proposal to establish a new military command dedicated to space, similar to the recent moves taken by allied countries such as France and the US. The proposal of a new Royal Air Force (RAF) space command was part of an announcement by the UK Government of the largest defence budget since the Cold War of £16.5 billion over the next four years.

This announcement is in the continuity of the UK’s national defence strategy

While a new military branch is new, the UK Government has in recent years been considering how to develop its capabilities in using space technology and ensuring that space is part of its national defence strategy.

Why the US is Risking a Pearl Harbor in Space

Article by Brandon J. Weichert                              September 12, 2020                                    (nypost.com)

• For the last decade, Beijing and Moscow have both reorganized their militaries — and developed weapons to wage a space war against the United States. President Trump created the US Space Force and charged it with ensuring American dominance in space. But over the past 20 years, US leaders have failed to maintain American dominance in space. The situation is now so precarious that we could see another “Pearl Harbor” in space.

• Without the Space Force, America’s satellites would be left completely open to attack. Still, Space Force is criticized, lampooned, or opposed based only on partisan politics. It has received no support from the US Air Force, as it thinks that the Space Force will siphon funding and resources away from it. Congress itself has not adequately resourced the new military branch, and in-fighting at the Pentagon has not helped.

• Meanwhile, China has developed multiple ways of deactivating or destroying an orbiting satellite, from powerful lasers that can blind American satellites to ground-based anti-satellite (ASAT) rockets. In 2007, China demonstrated its capabilities by launching an ASAT weapon to decimate a derelict Chinese weather satellite, thereby creating the largest debris field in human history. Beijing even has the ability to “spoof” American GPS satellites, to confuse American military units and weapons in times of war.

• On September 3rd, China launched a reusable spacecraft that, before returning to Earth three days later, released a smaller object that still remains in orbit today. There is concern that this device is an offensive “space stalker” designed to covertly tailgate American satellites and push them from their orbits. (see ExoArticle here) Russia has nearly identical counter-space capabilities. As recently as July, the US and UK governments accused Russia of illegally testing a space stalker in orbit.

• Without the dominant protection of our assets in space, US forces patrolling the South China Sea could find themselves under attack and unable to respond due to our satellites being disabled. Russia could do the same to nudge US satellites out of orbit, rendering vulnerable our NATO forces in Eastern Europe. Space Force will need considerably more support and less bureaucratic squabbling to provide this essential protection – and it must happen in relatively short order.

[Editor’s Note]   The US’ military and those of China and Russia are well aware of the United States’ vast but undisclosed secret space program which is decades ahead of anything that the Chinese or the Russians have. Starting with Space Force, President Trump is consolidating our disparate space assets and programs to secure space dominance in near orbit (cis-lunar) space while the Navy’s Solar Warden will continue to patrol the solar system and deep space. Not that there aren’t other advanced space programs out there to worry about, such as the Draco Reptilian fleet and the Nazi Dark Fleet. But from an exopolitical standpoint, China and Russia are the least of our worries.

For the last decade, Beijing and Moscow have both reorganized their militaries — and developed weapons — to wage a space war against the United States. The situation is now so precarious that America could face a Pearl Harbor in space.

As far back as 2007, China shocked the world when it launched an antisatellite (ASAT) weapon into low-Earth orbit and decimated a derelict weather satellite. ASAT technology is not new but the way China deployed it was both irresponsible and aggressive. Traditionally, countries have publicly announced when they planned to conduct ASAT tests, because they could damage satellites passing by the test site. China told no one. Then, China’s ASAT test created the largest debris field in human history. It also signaled to the West that China was ready for a new form of combat.

China has invested heavily in lasers powerful enough to blind American satellites. Beijing has also developed the ability to “spoof” American GPS satellites, which could confuse American military units and weapons in times of war. On Sept. 3, China surprised the world when it launched a reusable spacecraft that, before returning to Earth three days later, released a smaller object that still remains in orbit today. There is concern that this device is an offensive “space stalker” designed to covertly tailgate American satellites and push them from their orbits.

Russia has nearly identical counterspace capabilities. As recently as July, the US and UK governments accused Russia of illegally testing a space stalker in orbit.

This is all deeply worrying. Either Beijing or Moscow could use their technological might to rewrite the geopolitical order in their favor. US forces patrolling the South China Sea, for example, could find themselves under attack from China but unable to call for reinforcements or coordinate a viable defense — simply because their critical satellites have been destroyed before the siege began.

Similarly, Russia could disable NATO forces charged with defending an Eastern European state — simply by nudging US satellites out of orbit.

Are Deep State Satanists being Arrested under Cover of Defender Europe 20 Exercises?

While much of Europe has been closed off due to the Coronavirus pandemic, elite military forces from 17 NATO and partner countries are using the Defender Europe 20 Military Exercizes as a cover to arrest leading Deep State Satanists entrenched in fortified European compounds, according to a New York Times best-selling author. David Wilcock made his startling claim in his latest video live-streamed on March 19, to his 288,000 You Tube followers.

In his video presentation, Wilcock cites at length a March 15 English language summary of an article by Manlio Dinucci, who wrote about the Defender Europe 20 Exercices on March 3 for the Italian web newspaper Ill Manifesto. The March 15 article summarizing Dinucci’s earlier Italian language article is titled “30,000 American Troops Arrive in Europe Amidst COVID-19 Crisis”, and begins as follows:

Manlio Dinucci writing in the Italian web newspaper, Il Manifesto on March 3rd, 2020, reports that despite Trump’s travel ban 20,000 American troops will be traveling to Europe in the next few daysjoining the 10,000 already there.

Despite the travel advisories issued by the U.S. State Department for Americans traveling to northern Italy and elsewhere in Europe, Dinucci is again cited from his original March 3 article:

However, one category of U.S. citizens is exempted from these rules: the 20,000 soldiers beginning to arrive from the United States in European ports and airports for the Defender Europe 20 exercise, the largest U.S. troop deployment in Europe in the last 25 years. Including those already present, about 30,000 U.S. troops will participate in April and May, flanked by 7,000 troops from 17 NATO member and partner countries, including Italy.

The author of the English language article citing Dinucci, who uses the pseudonym, Poppalloff, subsequently points out:

None of these troops have been issued with Bio/Hazchem suits or masks, which seems a little reckless of the American Government if COVID-19 is really the threat that we are being told that it is…

Dinucci is then cited again:

The 30,000 U.S. soldiers, who “will spread through the European region,” are in fact exempted from the preventive COVID-19 regulations that apply to civilians. The assurance given by the U.S. Army in Europe that “we are monitoring the Coronavirus [COVID-19]” and that “our forces are in good health” is enough.

At the same time, the environmental impact of a military exercise of this magnitude is ignored. U.S. Abrams tanks will participate, weighing 70 tons, with depleted uranium shells. Each tank consumes 400 litres of fuel per 100 km, producing heavy pollution to deliver maximum power.”

Popalloff, in summarizing Dinucci,  points out the suspicious nature of many European citizens being in locked down in their homes, while elite NATO troops are able to travel around without any restrictions at all. Popalloff, concludes his/her article by saying that the “pandemic is obviously a cover story for some kind of powerplay by the 1%.”

The implication here is that the Coronavirus pandemic, the European lockdowns, and the NATO exercise all combine into a nefarious coup being covertly orchestrated by the 1% (the Deep State), and people need to be concerned about what is really happening behind the scenes.

In contrast, Wilcock cites extensively from the March 15 English language summary of Dinucci’s earlier March 3 article, and reveals what he has been told by his own insider sources, who tell a very different story of what is really happening behind the scenes:

What we’re getting from our briefings folks is that this is a targeted effort for the mass arrests that I’ve been telling you about this whole time. That’s why they’re there. There 37,000 troops from 18 countries including the US, you better believe those are elite soldiers they’re very trained. What are they doing? They’re going to the places where the Deep State is. They’re infiltrating their strongholds and they are arresting people.

Wilcock goes on to discuss the use of Abrams tanks in the Defender Europe 20 Exercise for a purpose that is very different to the coup that Dinucci proposed was underway:

“U.S. Abrams tanks will participate, weighing 70 tons, with depleted uranium shells.” Ok, well that’s weird, why do they need tanks. It’s a military exercise, the biggest one in 25 years. Well maybe they’re going into to be going into some people’s stronghold’s folks. Some of these guys that are billionaires, they’re Satanic. If you start to learn about this, that’s what’s really going on. You got to bust in through those compounds, you got to get these people. You got to arrest them. Hopefully, they don’t provide armed resistance, they’re not going to make it, okay.

This is not a coup, this is not the end of the world. It’s saving the world. These people already tried to kill the planet. So if you think this is a coup, that’s okay, but they already fired their best shot and I don’t believe this is the end of the world at all.

This is the crux of Wilcock’s analysis of current events in Europe that involve an unprecedented shut down of people’s movements and businesses, while NATO is simultaneously conducting its largest military exercises in the last 25 years. The well-protected compounds of Deep State officials, many of whom are practicing Satanists who frequently conduct child sacrifices, are being raided by elite military special forces under cover of the NATO exercises.

Of the two explanations offered so far for the massive NATO exercises occurring in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown in Europe, Dinucci/Poppalloff’s concerns that these are a cover for a coup by the 1% (Deep State) and Wilcock’s diametrically opposing view that Deep State officials are being arrested under cover of the military exercises, I find Wilcock’s assessment to be far more plausible. This is despite reports that NATO leaders have cancelled a number of Europe Defender drills due to Coronavirus concerns.

Importantly, Wilcock’s assessment is consistent with ongoing revelations from the military intelligence group QAnon, which has worked closely with the Trump White House since first coming forward in October 2017. In a number of articles, I have pointed out my reasons for concluding that QAnon comprises White Hats within the U.S. military who are locked in a behind the scenes civil war against the Deep State, whose senior leadership comprises practicing Satanists.

If one accepts what QAnon has revealed in multiple posts which advises readers to “prepare for the storm”, and the taking down of Deep State leaders, then Wilcock’s assessment is more likely than the alternative offered by Dinucci and Poppalloff.

Fortunately, I believe we will not need to wait long to learn the truth about what’s happening in Europe with the scaled-back NATO drills, the unprecedented Coronavirus lockdown, and alleged mass arrests of Deep State leaders occurring behind the scenes.

The world wants to learn the truth about who is really behind the Coronavirus pandemic, and the U.S. military also has strong reasons to reveal the truth given that an increasing number of Chinese officials are accusing the U.S. Army in the initial spread of the Coronavirus in Wuhan during the October 2019 World Military Games.

A New Space Race

Article by Joseph Elliott                        February 27, 2020                        (theowp.org)

• On February 24th, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov stated that the United States’ plans to deploy weapons in space would have a devastating effect on the current security balance in space. Meanwhile, a U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency report reveals a military expansion and the ‘weaponization’ of space by China and Russia. Are we witnessing the beginning of an arms race in space?

• The Russian Foreign Minister also stated that Russia does not have plans to solve problems in space by using weapons. Russia and the United States have both expressed concerns about space militarization. In December, CNBC reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin had noted U.S. competitiveness in space and the acceleration of the creation of the US space forces to achieve “strategic supremacy”. A month earlier, Putin accused NATO of militarizing outer space. While expressing his opposition to militarization in space, Putin also said that “the march of events requires greater attention to strengthening the orbital group and the space rocket and missile industry in (Russia).”

• During a meeting of foreign ministers in November, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced, “space is part of our daily life here on Earth. It can be used for peaceful purposes. But it can also be used aggressively.” Stoltenberg added, “NATO has no intention to put weapons in space. We are a defensive alliance.” But from the perspective of a rival such as Russia, a military buildup in space can be viewed as preparation for potential conflict.

• The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency has reported on the offensive military expansion in space by China and Russia, including cyberspace threats, directed energy weapons, laser weapons, and threats to orbital space systems. They point to Russia’s current development of a next generation model of the Russian supersonic near-space interceptor, MiG-31, meant to intercept and destroy satellites.

• For it’s part, the United States has brazenly become the first nation to establish a Space Force specifically for the militarization of space. If Russia and China are indeed developing armed capabilities in space, the potential of armed conflict in outer space in the near future is highly feasible. In January, Space Force commander John Raymond accused Russian spacecrafts of ‘shadowing’ American spy satellites. Russia’s Foreign Ministry claimed that they were “inspector” spacecrafts engaged in an experiment and not weapons threatening American satellites. Russia’s flirtatious aggression in space combined with the current U.S. administration’s eagerness to militarize could be the provocation for conflict.

• The primary deterrent to prevent a space war from happening is the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (or ‘START’ treaty) between the US and Russia which limits the development and deployment of nuclear warheads in space. The treaty expires in 2021 and can be extended for another five years by mutual agreement. Last year, Vladimir Putin warned of the threat to international security if the START treaty was not renewed. Any nation having nuclear capabilities in space is a threat to international security. Renewal of the START treaty should be the primary diplomatic focus between Russia and the U.S.

[Editor’s Note]  What the deep state establishment and the mainstream media is telling the public, and what the reality of space travel in our solar system truly is, are two completely different things. This must make global diplomacy quite challenging for those in the know, such as Putin and Trump. They must take into consideration the reality of the situation, while keeping up the appearances of the mainstream’s false narrative until the truth can safely be revealed. They are playing three-dimensional chess while the unsuspecting public only sees one chess board.

This so-called ‘space race’ is fiction. The real space race has been going on for decades with the development of a handful of different secret space programs by various groups, including the US Navy’s ‘Solar Warden’ fleet, the reptilian fleet, the Nazi ‘Dark Fleet’, the Deep State’s ‘Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate’, the “Alliance” group, and various other extraterrestrial space programs monitoring it all from a distance. The true space race is about these various secret space programs strategically posturing for the next era in human development on Earth which will begin with full disclosure of the vast scope of activity happening in space all around us, which has been hidden from the public for so many decades by the military industrial complex/deep state corporate and government elite.

          Jens Stoltenberg

According to the RIA news agency, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov, made a statement on

    Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov

Monday saying the United States’ plans to deploy weapons in space would have a devastating effect on the current security balance in space. He also stated that Russia does not have plans to solve problems in space by using weapons. This statement comes shortly after the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) released an extensive report regarding military expansion in space and specifically regarding the “weaponization of space” by China and Russia. They specifically reported intelligence on the development of capabilities which include cyberspace threats, directed energy weapons, and threats to orbital space systems. Capabilities stemming from China and Russia’s development of laser weapons and ground-based anti-satellite missiles. Russia has been in the process of procuring a modified version of the Russian MiG-31, a supersonic near-space interceptor meant to intercept and destroy satellites.

The United States has also sent brazen signals to the international community of military mobilization in space. In January of 2020, the U.S. became the first nation to establish an independent space force, a new service branch of the U.S. armed forces. The Space Force is a designated umbrella branch within the Department of the Air Force. According to its official mission statement, the Force’s “responsibilities include, developing military space professionals, acquiring military space systems, maturing the military doctrine for space power, and organizing space forces to present to our Combatant Commands.” There is no denial that the U.S. is preparing its space program for military use, and if Russia and China are developing armed capabilities in space, the potential of armed conflict in outer space in the near future is highly feasible.

NASA Covered Up Apollo 11 UFO Encounter By Deleting Photos

Listen to “E39 7-23-19 NASA Covered Up Apollo 11 UFO Encounter By Deleting Photos” on Spreaker.
by Inigo Monzon                      July 11, 2019                     (ibtimes.com)

• NASA and the government didn’t want the public to know the truth about what the Apollo 11 astronauts encountered when they landed on the Moon in July of 1969.

• Former U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Bob Dean, who served for NATO, says that NASA erased up to 40 rolls of film from the mission, including “the flight to the Moon, and flight around the Moon, the landings on the Moon, the walking guys here and there.”

• Founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, Steven Greer, confirmed that there exists video footage of the Apollo 11 astronauts’ UFO sightings. The footage, however, has never been released to the public. Greer relates how friends and relatives of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin told Greer that the astronauts saw UFOs on the Moon during their mission.

• On July 8th in an official statement (see here), NASA admitted some of the tapes from the Apollo 11 mission are currently missing and may have been erased. The agency stated on its website that “NASA searched for but could not locate some of the original Apollo 11 data tapes – ‘original’ in the sense that they directly recorded data transmitted from the Moon.”

• “An intensive search of archives and records concluded that the most likely scenario was that the program managers determined there was no longer a need to keep the tapes – since all the video and data were recorded elsewhere – and they were erased and reused,” NASA added. The space agency did not elaborate on the contents or theories surrounding the missing video footage.

Several conspiracy theorists including a U.S. Army officer who served for NATO have openly blamed NASA for covering up the UFOs encountered by astronauts from the Apollo 11 Moon mission. According to them, the space agency allegedly destroyed evidence of the encounter by deleting tapes from the event.

Bob Dean, a former U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major, noted that NASA erased up to 40 rolls of film from the mission. He said this was the agency way of ensuring that the public will never learn about what truly happened during the first human mission to the Moon.

Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong,  Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin

“My government, NASA, which many of us in the United States say stands for ‘Never A Straight Answer’, proceeded to erase 40 rolls of film of the Apollo Program – the flight to the Moon, and flight around the Moon, the landings on the Moon, the walking guys here and there,” Dean said, according to Express.

Dean’s accusations against NASA were strengthened by the revelation of Steven Greer, the founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. In a video posted on YouTube, Greer said that the friends and relatives of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin told him that the astronauts saw UFOs on the Moon during their mission.

Greer added that military officials confirmed that there are footages of the astronauts’ UFO sightings. The videos, however, were not released to the public.
