• When Franklin Story Musgrave, (a physician and NASA astronaut of six spaceflights between 1973 and 1993), was asked what he thought was out there in the wider galaxy, he said, “Living creatures…far more developed as civilizations… that’s why I make an effort to communicate…” Later, Musgrave elaborated that there are “… other civilizations that have been around for a million years that are doing unimaginable kinds of things.”
• “The more you fly in space the more you see an incredible amount of things out there and that sort of brings to you, really a certainty, that other living creatures are out there,” said Musgrave. “Some incredibly primitive, more primitive, some just…proteins coming together, amino acids and some just single-cell organisms…”
• During an interview in 1995, Musgrave made a fascinating account of an extraterrestrial snake being that he encountered in space. “On two of my missions… I have seen a snake out there, six seven eight feet long. It is rubbery because it has internal waves in it and it follows you for a rather long period of time.” Musgrave reiterated his encounter with the snake on two separate flights. He even took photographs of it. He described it as a “seven-foot eel swimming out there (in space).” However, he did concede “it may be an uncritical rubber seal from the main engines.” [Editor: On two separate occasions? Are NASA’s spacecraft falling apart that often?]
• “[I] might be considered eccentric because I do (believe in extraterrestrial beings)” said Musgrave, (now 85 years old). “…I know the probabilities are close to zero. But I do tell (the extraterrestrials) to come down and get me.”
We recently reported that more than 10% of the UK public believe they’ve seen a
UFO. All across the world, year after year, sightings and reports of unidentified aerial phenomena flood the web – whether it’s experimental aircraft or extraterrestrials, we don’t know.
However, the most damning accounts come from the experts. While there’s conspiracy theories over what Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin saw on the moon, Franklin Story Musgrave once spoke of a eight-foot snake ‘out there’ in space, which he couldn’t fully explain.
During an interview on Sightings in 1995, as per How & Whys, Musgrave explained: ‘On two of my missions, and I still don’t have an answer, um, I have seen, a snake out there, six seven eight feet long. It is rubbery because it has internal waves in it and it follows you for a rather long period of time.’
He added: ‘The more you fly in space the more you see an incredible amount of things out there and that sort of brings to you, really a certainty, that other living creatures are out there. Some incredibly primitive, more primitive, some just ah just proteins coming together, amino acids and some just single-cell organisms and other civilisations that have been around for a million years that are doing unimaginable kinds of things.’

• In an interview marking the centenary of the Royal Australian Air Force, Chief of Air Force Mel Hupfeld said he was working on a review, due at the end of the year, on how the military embraces space. Hupfeld said that the growing militarization of space poses threats to satellites that are essential to everyday life as well as national security. “We are developing space domain capabilities to ensure our access to space,” said Hupfeld. “Space is a war-fighting domain but we’re not going to militarize space.”
• Under Hupfeld’s vision, Australia’s answer to the US Space Force would be a “space command” – bringing together officers from the air force, army and navy under an integrated command.
• A component of space control is ‘space domain awareness’. Australia’s military defense force would need to build an operational understanding of the space environment to determine if space assets are under threat, being attacked, or subjected to accidental interference or natural phenomena, and to develop capabilities to have a measure of space control to be able to move vehicles and satellites, and to avoid debris and threats in space.
• Last December, Hupfeld joined international colleagues to condemn a Russian anti-satellite missile test, which was viewed as ‘destabilizing’. “Everyone has the right to operate in international seas and air and space,” says Hupfeld. “What we will be looking to do is if there is someone who doesn’t follow international norms, is point it out and hold their behavior to account.”
• Early in March, the Royal Australian Air Force conducted joint drills with the Australian Navy’s destroyer, HMAS Hobart, which included the RAAF’s F-35 Joint Strike Fighter jet for the first time. Chief Hupfeld rejected the criticism that the Lockheed Martin-built F-35 fighter jet has received lately from the United State’s own House Armed Services Committee about the aircraft’s performance, delays and costs. Hupfeld said it would be foolish not to consider advances in technology and the changing strategic circumstances when weighing whether the RAAF would order additional aircraft beyond the 72 F-35s to which it has committed. “This approach with the F-35A and our other capabilities allows us to maintain our technological edge against rapid military advances in the region,” Hupfeld said.
Australia could launch a specialist “space command” bringing together officers from the air
force, army and navy, as the growing militarisation of space poses threats to satellites that are essential to everyday life as well as national security.
In an interview marking the centenary of the Royal Australian Air Force, Chief of Air Force Mel Hupfeld also rejected criticism of its main weapon, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, saying its true potency remained top secret.
“I would argue very strongly that some of our more speculative commentators don’t have access to the specifications and capabilities and likely haven’t even sat, and certainly not been in control of a fighter aircraft during complex training missions, nor combat,” Air Marshal
Hupfeld said.
He said he was working on a review, due at the end of the year, on how the military embraces space.
While the Trump administration established a standalone US Space Force, Air Marshal Hupfeld downplayed the idea that Australia would follow suit.
One option could be for members of the three branches of the military and the Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation to come together under an integrated command.
“Space is a war-fighting domain but we’re not going to militarise space,” Air Marshal Hupfeld said.
“We are developing space domain capabilities to ensure our access to space.
“As a component of space control, space domain awareness allows Defence to build an operational understanding of the space environment to determine if space assets are under threat, being attacked, or subjected to accidental interference or natural phenomena.”

• China’s Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (or ‘FAST’, pictured above) will now be available for use by foreign scientists, reported Chinese state media. “All foreign applications will be evaluated, and the results will be announced on July 20. Observations by international users will begin in August.”
• China’s Xinhua news agency quoted the telescope’s chief engineer as saying that 10 percent of observation time would be allocated to foreign scientists in the instrument’s first year of operations. “The project will contribute Chinese wisdom to the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity, and strive to promote international sci-tech development and the progress of human civilization.”
• FAST, located in China’s Guizhou province, is the world’s largest single-dish radio telescope and became fully operational January last year. While the telescope’s scientific uses are vast, its potential use to discover extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI) that has attracted considerable attention.
• In October 2016, the privately-funded Breakthrough Listen initiative announced that researchers using FAST will collaborate with those using the Green Bank Telescope in (West Virginia) USA and the Parkes Observatory in NSW Australia to “exchange observing plans, search methods and data” in its search for extraterrestrial intelligence.
• “Are we alone?’ is a question that unites us as a planet,” said Yuri Milner, the Russian billionaire financing the Breakthrough Initiatives. “And the quest to answer it should take place at a planetary level too. With this agreement, we are now searching for cosmic companions with three of the world’s biggest telescopes across three continents.”
• Milner drew considerable political attention amid allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election when Milner made substantial investments in Facebook and Twitter on behalf of two Russian state entities. Milner also held stakes in a company co-owned with Jared Kushner, former White House advisor and son-in-law of Donald Trump.
• In September 2019, Maura McLaughlin, a radio astronomer at West Virginia University who studies extra-galactic pulsars, said she was “super excited to be able to use the (FAST) telescope.” However, with the deterioration of China-U.S. relations, American scientists have come under considerable scrutiny amid allegations that they are – wittingly or not – being used by the Chinese Communist Party for technical and scientific espionage and intellectual property theft. The arrest of a Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) engineering professor in January on charges that he failed to adequately disclose his professional and financial ties with China added to an increasingly long list of experienced scientists who have been pursued by the US Department of Justice for their China links.
Chinese state media reported earlier this week that China’s Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST) will now be available for use by foreign scientists. According to Xinhua, based on a statement by the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ National Astronomical Observatories of China (NAOC), “All foreign applications will be evaluated, and the results will be announced on July 20. Observations by international users will begin in August.” This announcement confirms a January NAOC announcement that FAST would be open to astronomers around the world from April 1.
“The project will contribute Chinese wisdom to the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity, and strive to promote international sci-tech development and the progress of human civilization,” Xinhua quoted the statement as saying.
A separate January Xinhua story on FAST had quoted the telescope’s chief engineer as saying that 10 percent of observation time would be allocated to foreign scientists in the instrument’s first year of operations.
FAST, located in China’s Guizhou province, is the world’s largest single-dish radio telescope and became fully operational January last year. While the telescope’s scientific uses are vast – and the instrument had already been used to discover 100 new pulsars (fast-spinning dead stars that emit radio waves) in its test phase — it is its potential use to discover extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI) that has attracted considerable attention, including from geopolitical analysts given to (farfetched) scenario planning.
In October 2016, NAOC and the privately-funded Breakthrough Listen initiative – which funds projects for astronomers to use radio telescopes around the world to search for ETI – announced their collaboration at a ceremony in Beijing. According to a Breakthrough Initiatives statement on the occasion, researchers using FAST will collaborate with those using the Green Bank Telescope in the U.S. and the Parkes Observatory in Australia to “exchange observing plans, search methods and data.”

• US military intelligence is due to provide the Senate Select Intelligence Committee (SSIC) with its requested UFO report by June 24th. But mystery surrounds why the SSIC asked Mr. Trump to sign off on the report so urgently before he was replaced by the Biden administration. “Reading between the lines, it’s seemingly apparent that classified information collected by the US government has backed up many of the claims of UFO reports, that something truly anomalous is going on,” said UFO investigative reporter and founder of the news site The Debrief, Tim McMillan.
• “At most, I’d expect it to provide a broad overview in saying there are a certain number of instances in which airborne objects exhibiting extraordinary capabilities are reported or captured on government sensors. Government is very slow moving and highly bureaucratic,” said McMillan. “You could place crystal clear satellite imagery of a classic ‘flying saucer’ in front of them, and they’ll essentially just dismiss it because that’s not supposed to be real.“
• British UFO investigator Philip Mantle doubts that the SSIC report would “reveal all about alien visitations to Earth.” “The major governments around the world are as baffled and as puzzled as we civilian UFO researchers are.”
• The UFO report could reveal ‘super-smart’ aliens are visiting us in peace, said Professor Daniel Drezner, an international politics expert at Tufts University. “Does this evidence point toward the prospect of extraterrestrial observation of our planet? If so, how should we feel about that?” Drezner noted that if a Harvard astrophysicist is suggesting the presence of extraterrestrial craft in our solar system, “perhaps we need at least to consider the possibility that these (UFOs/UAPs) might also be extraterrestrial in origin.”
• Top scientists such as the late Stephen Hawking warned against contacting aliens and the potential catastrophic consequences for humans on Earth. But Drezner says that “it might be better for US national security if these UAPs turn out to be ETs” than if they belonged to Russia or China. “The assumption is that powerful, technologically advanced civilizations will act in a destructive manner. …[B]ut perhaps civilizations that reward destructive (behavior) are less likely to generate the technological wherewithal for interstellar travel.” “[M]aybe there is more hope for interstellar relations than either scientists or science fiction envision.”
The UFO report signed off by US president Donald Trump just before he was replaced by Joe Biden could reveal super-smart
aliens are visiting us in peace, an expert has claimed.
Professor Daniel Drezner said so days after the US former director of national intelligence John Ratcliffe revealed the Pentagon files included declassified intelligence of aircraft “that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom”.
The international politics expert at Tufts University on Thursday wrote in the Washington Post: “Does this evidence point toward the prospect of extraterrestrial observation of our planet? If so, how should we feel about that?
“I am not going to speculate on the first question beyond noting that if Harvard
astrophysicists are making that suggestion about interstellar phenomena, perhaps we need at least to consider the possibility that these UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) might also be extraterrestrial in origin.”
He said top scientists including the late professor Stephen Hawking have warned against contacting aliens or of catastrophic consequences for humans if they arrived on Earth.
But said “it might be better for U.S. national security if these UAPs turn out to be ETs” than if they belonged to Russia or China.
He added: “I get the concern from physicists that technologically advanced extraterrestrials might behave as powerful human civilizations have in the past.
“The assumption is that powerful, technologically advanced civilizations will act in a destructive manner.

Article by Bradley Bowman and Jared Thompson March 31, 2021 (foreignpolicy.com)
• China and Russia have sprinted to develop and deploy both ground-based and space-based weapons targeting satellites while simultaneously pushing the United States to sign a treaty banning such weapons. Washington should avoid being drawn into international treaties on space that China and Russia have no intention of honoring.
• The Treaty on the ‘Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space and of the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects’ (PPWT), which Beijing and Moscow have submitted at the United Nations, is a perfect example. PPWT signatories commit “not to place any weapons in outer space.” It also says parties to the treaty may not “resort to the threat or use of force against outer space objects” or engage in activities “inconsistent” with the purpose of the treaty.
• More than two years ago, the US Defense Intelligence Agency noted that both China and Russia were already developing space capabilities that could be used as weapons. The reality is that China and Russia are already racing to field anti-satellite weapons. “The space domain is competitive, congested, and contested,” said the head of US Space Command General James Dickinson. “Our competitors, most notably China and Russia, have militarized this domain.” The PPWT treaty would thus protect their weapons while tying Washington’s hands.
• China’s People’s Liberation Army units are already training with ground-based anti-satellite missiles capable of destroying satellites in geosynchronous Earth orbit, where America’s most sensitive nuclear communication and missile defense satellites orbit. China has also tested several ‘scavenger satellites’ which can sidle up to other satellites and use grappling arms to capture the other satellite.
• In 2018, Russian President Vladimir Putin heralded a ground-based laser weapon designed to attack satellites. Last December, Moscow tested a ground-based anti-satellite weapon that could destroy satellites in orbit. Russia recently deployed a pair of “nesting doll” satellites where one Russian satellite actually ‘births’ another. The second satellite has the capability to fire what appears to be a space torpedo.
• Meanwhile, China and Russia are pushing the United Nations for a “no first placement” resolution in which no government should be the first to put weapons in space. In a thinly veiled attempt to mask their intentions, China and Russia claim that their on-orbit capabilities are simply for peaceful purposes — for assessing the condition of broken satellites and conducting repairs as needed. This “dual-use” disguise permits Beijing and Moscow to put into orbit ostensibly peaceful or commercial capabilities that can also be used to disable or destroy U.S. military and intelligence satellites.
• A typical space treaty clearly defines acceptable and unacceptable actions in space and includes inspection and verification mechanisms. But the PPWT treaty does not explicitly prohibit the ground-based anti-satellite weapons that China and Russia have already fielded. Nor does the proposed treaty prevent the deployment of space-based weapons under the cloak of civilian or commercial capabilities. The PPWT does not even prohibit the development, testing, or stockpiling of weapons on Earth that could be quickly put into orbit. Instead, the treaty calls for “transparency and confidence-building measures” implemented on a “voluntary basis.” In other words, Beijing and Moscow want the United States to trust but never verify.
• Moscow habitually seeks to use international arms control treaties to constrain the United States, while viewing treaty strictures as optional when they become inconvenient or when the Kremlin sees an opportunity to seize a military advantage. For more than a decade, Moscow used the ‘Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty’ to constrain the United States while the Kremlin produced, flight-tested, and fielded a ground-launched intermediate-range cruise missile in direct contravention of the treaty.
• Beijing usually avoids any type of international arms control treaties. The willingness of the Chinese Communist Party to support the PPWT is, therefore, cause for some additional reflection.
• Instead of falling prey to China and Russia’s PPWT trap, the United States must work with allies to improve the resilience and redundancy of spaced-based military and intelligence capabilities. “There are really no norms of behavior in space,” said General John Raymond, chief of space operations at US Space Force. “It’s the wild, wild West.”
• In December, the U.N. General Assembly passed a British-introduced resolution that seeks to establish “norms, rules and principles of responsible behaviors” in space, which could reduce the chances for dangerous miscalculation. The vote was 164 in favor, 12 opposed. Those opposing this resolution included China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, and Cuba.
Saying one thing and doing the opposite is, unfortunately, common in international
diplomacy. Beijing and Moscow, however, seem to have a unique proclivity for the practice.
Consider the actions of the United States’ two great-power adversaries when it comes to anti-satellite weapons. China and Russia have sprinted to develop and deploy both ground-based and space-based weapons targeting satellites while simultaneously pushing the United States to sign a treaty banning such weapons.
To protect its vital space-based military capabilities—including communications, intelligence, and missile defense satellites—and effectively deter authoritarian aggression, Washington should avoid being drawn into suspect international treaties on space that China and Russia have no intention of honoring.
The Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space and of the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects (PPWT), which Beijing and Moscow have submitted at the United Nations, is a perfect example. PPWT signatories commit “not to place any weapons in outer space.” It also says parties to the treaty may not “resort to the threat or use of force against outer space objects” or engage in activities “inconsistent” with the purpose of the treaty.
On the surface, that sounds innocuous. Who, after all, wants an arms race in space?
The reality, however, is that China and Russia are already racing to field anti-satellite weapons and have been for quite some time. “The space domain is competitive, congested, and contested,” Gen. James Dickinson, the head of U.S. Space Command, said in January. “Our competitors, most notably China and Russia, have militarized this domain.”
Beijing already has an operational ground-based anti-satellite missile capability. People’s Liberation Army units are training with the missiles, and the U.S. Defense Department believes Beijing “probably intends to pursue additional [anti-satellite] weapons capable of destroying satellites up to geosynchronous Earth orbit.” That is where America’s most sensitive nuclear communication and missile defense satellites orbit and keep watch.

• Archaeologists uncover unique pieces of art and tools that help us understand human history. Some believe that ancient artefacts could be telling about life beyond Earth. Many believe the Giza Pyramids and Stonehenge were made by extraterrestrials and early artwork from the Mayans and Aztecs to objects found high in the mountains are also seen to be early representations of life in space. These are some of the most compelling artefacts from around the world. • The Shigir Idol – (Discovered in 1894 in Russia’s Ural Mountains), the 12,500-year-old (wooden, five meter high) Shigir Idol is has a carved heat at the top that is often referred to as ‘alien’.
• Coso Artefact – Found in the mountains of Eastern California in 1961, the Coso Artefact appears to be an electronic device embedded in rock dated to 500,000 years ago. The device shows a metal pin with a spring or helix and metal covering the porcelain-like cylinder. The object is on display at the Pacific Science Center (in Seattle).
• Mayan UFO Carvings – Many codices, artefacts and documents have been found in Mexico lending proof to the theory that there was contact between the Mayan civilization and extraterrestrials. There are Mayan stone carvings that resemble UFOs. The minister of tourism for the Mexican state of Campeche, Luis Augusto García Rosado also spoke of “landing pads in the jungle that are 3,000 years old”.
• Aztec Alien Sculptures – There are artefacts in Mexico from the Aztec civilization, which followed the Mayans, that also seem to depict alien life.
• Sanxingdui Site Treasures – A trove of artefacts dating back 3000 years was recently discovered in the Sichuan province of China. Some have remarked that a mask resembles an alien’s face, due to its wide-eyes and a deep nose that appear “foreign”.
Archaeologists have uncovered many unique pieces of art and tools over the years that help us understand
human history.
But some people believe they could be telling us more about life beyond Earth.
It’s well documented that many believe the Pyramids and Stonehenge were made extraterrestrials but early artwork from the Mayans and Aztecs to objects found high in the mountains are also seen to be early representations of life in space.
These are the most compelling cases from around the world.
The Shigir Idol
The 12,500-year-old Shigir Idol has been compared to ‘alien heads’ by a number of those interested in the
paranormal.
Radio host, Brady DeAngelo or Brady in the morning posted to Facebook saying: “Looks like an Alien’s head to me. So many alien-looking drawings and artefacts in our distant past. It’s crazy.
“I’m not saying our ancestors may have been aliens and they took their DNA and fused it with a monkey’s DNA to create humans. I’m not saying that. At all. Not yet.”
The perfectly preserved wooden sculpture is believed to be proof of the vast changes in climate since it was made.
Coso Artefact
The Coso Artefact is a stone rock-like object that was found in the mountains of
Eastern California.
When put under an X-Ray showed the metal pin, with a spring or helix at one end. The other half of the object showed metal covering the porcelain-like cylinder.
Mayan UFO Carvings
A Mexican documentary released in 2012 claimed that the ancient Mayans had contact with alien
visitors who left behind evidence of their existence.
The ‘evidence’ made up of ‘codices, artefacts and significant documents’ is said to have proved Mayan and extraterrestrial contact hat was released by the country’s government.
Stone carvings created by the ancient civilisation are said to resemble UFOs.
The minister of tourism for the Mexican state of Campeche, Luis Augusto García Rosado also spoke of “landing pads in the jungle that are 3,000 years old”.
Aztec Alien Sculptures
The Aztecs came long after the Mayan civilisation – and it is believed that some of their sculptures replicate alien life.
Photos of the artefacts show the planet Saturn pictured with what can be interpreted as alien heads and UFOs.
In 2019, Stephen Quayle discussed Aztec artefacts on the Coast to Coast radio show where he said: “This is the first time to my knowledge, that I have ever seen Saturn depicted with aliens and classic UFOs together, especially on a 500-year-old Aztec artefact.”
Sanxingdui site Treasures
The 3,000-year-old treasures recently discovered in Guangyuan, Sichuan is said to have reignited debates on the existence of aliens.
Despite scientists saying the artefacts could change all we know about human history, others believe the mask resembles a common image of an alien.
This is due to its wide-eyes and a deep nose, similar to earlier discoveries of bronze human statues, fueling speculation of alien inhabitants because the features look “foreign”.

• In his book, UFOs in the Late Twentieth Century, Jerome Clark claims that over the past twenty years a number of beautiful human-like aliens, or “sextraterrestrials”, have kidnapped scores of humans for sex.
• Australian Peter Khoury told Clark of an experience he had with a two sextraterrestrials in Sydney in 1992. One night he was “shocked” to see two naked women kneeling on his bed. One appeared Nordic and the other Asian. The Nordic woman pulled Peter’s head to her breast three times before he tried to bite her nipple. She then tried to have sex with him, but she vanished, leaving some blonde hair behind. An analysis of the hair found it to be a hybrid of advanced Asian and Gaelic DNA.
• “Abductions can happen anywhere and may last… from 20 minutes to five days,” said Clark. “They wear a one-piece jumpsuit, often skintight, perhaps even so snug that the beings appear nude.” “A key procedure is inspection of the reproductive organs, often followed by extraction of sperm or eggs.”
• And it isn’t only extraterrestrial women having sex with human men. A woman from Indianapolis, Indiana claims extraterrestrials took her aboard their spaceship and impregnated her. Afterward, the woman says the aliens returned to take the unborn fetus, and then later took her again to introduce her to her hybrid human-alien daughter.
A number of “beautiful” aliens dubbed “sextra-terrestrials” have kidnapped scores of humans for sex, a new book claims.
Jerome Clark, author of UFOs in the Late Twentieth Century, says the bizarre sexual kidnappings have taken place over the last 20 years.
One of the victims includes a British person taken by a blonde alien of “beautiful appearance and friendly demeanour.”
Aussie Peter Khoury also told Mr Clark he had an experience with a “naked” blonde being in Sydney in 1992.
Jerome, who gave a sneak preview to the Sun, writes: “He was shocked to see two strange women kneeling on his bed. Both were naked. One appeared Nordic and the other Asian.”
The book claims the Nordic alien pulled Peter’s head to her breast three times before he tried to bite her nipple.
She then tried to have sex with him, Koudry says, but she vanished, leaving some blonde hair behind, which helped people believe his tale.
An analysis of the hair allegedly found them to be a hybrid of Asian and Gaelic advanced DNA.
Jerome’s book also includes an account from a woman from Indianapolis, US, who claims aliens impregnated her aboard a ship.
The woman says extraterrestrials returned for the foetus, and then took her once more to introduce her to her half-human, half-alien daughter.

• Mikhail Zolotov, a planetary geochemist at Arizona State University, is an advocate of the so-called “giant impact hypothesis” that proposes that the Moon was formed when a planet called ‘Theia’ collide with the Earth some 4.5 billion years ago when the Earth was still forming. The impact spewed enormous volumes of planetary debris into space that eventually accumulated into the natural satellite we know as the Moon.
• A 2019 study led by ASU astrophysicist Steve Desch involved an in-depth analysis of Moon rocks returned to Earth from the Apollo missions. The research suggested that if the composition of the Moon was the same as that of the rogue planet Theia, then Theia was about four times larger than Mars, with low levels of moisture and an iron-rich mantle that was about two to three percent denser than Earth’s mantle.
• Qian Yuan and some of his colleagues studying geological sciences at Arizona State University were focusing on a pair of highly peculiar subterranean zones known as ‘large low-shear-velocity provinces’ – or ‘LLSVPs’. Located more than 1,000 miles under under the Pacific Ocean and under West Africa, these continent-sized LLSVPs – hundreds of miles high and thousands of miles across – showed up as ‘blobs’ on seismic density readouts. The seismic data indicated that these LLSVP blobs’ mass composition are two to three percent more dense than the surrounding mantle.
• It struck Yuan that having similar densities, the Moon and the subterranean blobs could both have come from the same ancient collision involving the planet Theia. Yuan did some quick calculations and confirmed that the total mass of the Moon, together with the LLSVP blobs, almost perfectly matches with a planet the size of Mars. Yuan and his team then created geodynamical models of their hypothesis which they presented it to the 52nd Lunar and Planetary Science Conference 2021, held virtually in mid-March. Steve Desch was so excited about the hypothesis that he co-authored the new research study.
• Actually, Theia would need to have been bigger than Mars because a lot of this mantle material would be lost to space in the aftermath of the crash. “You will lose some material during the impact, for sure,” Yuan said. “You cannot transfer Theia’s mantle whole.”
• Right now, this all remains hypothetical, but Yuan is optimistic that there are ways to build on the existing evidence and perhaps prove that the LLSVPs have an extraterrestrial origin. For instance, scientists could get their hands on pristine samples of the Moon’s mantle from an exposed crater in the lunar South Pole, to compare its composition to the makeup of the LLSVPs. “If people can find some chemical relationship between the lunar mantle materials with the LLSVPs, it may suggest they have the same ancestor: Theia,” Yuan said. “The LLSVPs are thought to… have noble gas isotopes,” he continued. “If the mantle rocks of the Moon also have similar noble gas isotopes, I think that’s the final task for our hypothesis.”
Two gigantic chunks of material lurking deep under the surface of Earth might be remnants of an alien world called Theia that violently collided with our infant planet in an ancient impact that created the Moon.
That sentence may sound like the synopsis for a sci-fi epic, but it’s actually a new hypothesis proposed by scientists in a presentation at the 52nd Lunar and Planetary Science Conference 2021, which was held virtually last week.
A team led by Qian Yuan, a PhD student studying geological sciences at Arizona State University, suggests that two mysteriously dense zones located more than 1,000 miles under Earth’s surface are “left-over Theia mantle materials,” according to the presentation summary.
Yuan and his colleagues back up this trippy idea with geodynamical models as well as evidence collected about these subterranean zones, which are known as large low-shear-velocity provinces (LLSVPs), or more informally as the “blobs.” Located under the Pacific Ocean and West Africa, these continent-sized LLSVPs are hundreds of miles high and thousands of miles across, making them the most massive formations in Earth’s interior.
“You could say that these are the biggest and largest meteorites, if they are mostly Theia’s mantle,” said Yuan in a call. “It’s very cool.”
Yuan first started thinking about the possibility that the blobs might have been extraterrestrially punched into Earth’s interior during a class about the so-called “giant impact hypothesis” taught by Mikhail Zolotov, a planetary geochemist at ASU.
This hypothesis proposes that the Moon was formed in the fallout of a catastrophic collision some 4.5 billion years ago. Earth had barely been born before another planet crashed into it, spewing enormous volumes of planetary debris into space that eventually accumulated into the radiant natural satellite that graces our skies today. Scientists have generally estimated that this bygone planet, named Theia after the mother of a Greek lunar goddess, was about the size of Mars, but some models suggest it was both smaller and bigger than that scale.

• A directive from the Senate Select Intelligence Committee requested that the Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) Task Force produce a report on the military’s investigations into UFOs. The effort was spearheaded by Senator Marco Rubio (R – Florida) with a deadline of June 25, 2021.
• But just having Congress tell the Pentagon that they’d like a report in 180 days has never guaranteed that anything would actually happen. The Pentagon has always had the option to take more time to complete their examination of the UFO data – a lot more time. The Task Force is currently being stonewalled by multiple military and intelligence agencies who are refusing to cooperate. Assembling a useful report of the type the Senate requested could prove impossible. As a result, the Biden administration will likely delay the much-anticipated public report to Congress.
• This strikes a far less optimistic tone than that taken by former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Fox News recently. Racliffe indicated that there were all sorts of information on the verge of being declassified and that the Senate Committee report was on the way. He said that he himself had been working to declassify much of this information, but they simply ran out of time. Was Ratcliffe out of the loop or has there been a significant change in policy toward UAP secrecy since the start of the Biden administration?
• Even more disappointing is the possibility that there may never be a report at all. The UAP Task Force has hit a ‘wall of silence’ as the FBI, CIA, DIA and DARPA have all reportedly been either dragging their feet or ignoring the Task Force’s requests. The Air Force has flatly refused to turn over any records of UFO/UAP investigations to the Task Force, instead referring curious reporters to the Pentagon. In turn, the Pentagon refers them to spokeswoman Susan Gough who always provides the same worthless response: “…[W]e do not publicly discuss the details of the UAP observations, the task force or investigations.” We already knew that they wouldn’t release any details to the press, but could they really be willing to tell the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to stick it where the sun doesn’t shine? Apparently, they think they can.
• The obvious solution to this logjam is the President of the United States as the final arbiter of what can be classified or declassified with a stroke of the pen. If Biden went to each of the intelligence agencies and military branches and told them to give up the goods to the Task Force, they would have to comply. If that failed, Biden could just start firing them and replacing them with people more willing to follow orders and respect the chain of command. Biden has talked a good game in the past about the need for government transparency. It would indeed be impressive if he stepped up to the plate and not only made this report happen, but ordered it declassified so the public could find out what the heck is going on.
Last December we discussed a directive from the Senate Select Intelligence Committee for the
Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) Task Force to produce a report on the military’s investigations into unknown vehicles (UFOs, obviously) intruding into restricted airspace. The order was included in the annual Intelligence Authorization Act and the effort was spearheaded by Senator Marco Rubio (R – Florida). The report was supposed to be delivered within 180 days of the signing of the IAA, putting the deadline at June 25, 2021.
Sadly, the chances of the UAP Task Force meeting that deadline are now looking quite unlikely, assuming they’re able to ever produce the report at all. As Politico is reporting this week, the Task Force is being effectively stonewalled by multiple military and intelligence agencies who are resisting requests for classified materials or, in some cases, flatly refusing to cooperate. And without that cooperation, assembling an actually useful report of the type the Senate requested could prove impossible.
The truth may be out there. But don’t expect the feds to share what they know anytime soon on the recent spate of UFO sightings.
Some military and spy agencies are blocking or simply ignoring the effort to catalog what they have on “unidentified aerial phenomenon,” according to multiple current and former government officials. And as a result, the Biden administration will likely delay a much-anticipated public report to Congress…
“Just getting access to the information, because of all the different security bureaucracies, that’s an ordeal in itself,” said Christopher Mellon, a former Pentagon intelligence official who lobbied for the disclosure provision and is continuing to advise policymakers on the issue.
While this is highly disappointing, I’m not going to act like I’m surprised. I expressed my concerns over this specific scenario back in December.

• The Senate Intelligence Committee has asked the director of national intelligence and the Defense Department to provide a public accounting on unexplained sightings of advanced aircraft and drones that have been reported by military personnel or captured by radar, satellites and other surveillance systems by June 25th. The request came after revelations in 2017 that the Pentagon was researching a series of unexplained intrusions into military airspace, including high-performance vehicles captured on video stalking Navy ships.
• But those in the UAP Task Force advising the investigations are advocating for significantly more time and resources to retrieve information from agencies that have shown reluctance, if not outright resistance, to sharing classified information. They worry that without high-level involvement, it will be difficult to compel agencies to release what they have. “I know that the Task Force has been denied access to pertinent information by the Air Force and they have been stiff-armed by them,” said former Pentagon intelligence official Christopher Mellon. “That is disappointing but not unexpected.”
• The report due to Congress was to include “a detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data” collected by a host of means, including imaging satellites, eavesdropping equipment and human spies. It was to include a detailed analysis of data collected by the FBI and a detailed description of an interagency process for “ensuring timely data collection and centralized analysis of all unidentified aerial phenomena reporting for the federal government, regardless of which service or agency acquired the information.”
• Gathering such information from across the national security bureaucracy is enormously challenging, Mellon said. “They have to repeat that painful process with scores of different agencies,” citing the Army, CIA, National Reconnaissance Office, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. A spokesperson for Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines said that the report to Congress is in the works, but declined to offer further details. “We are aware of the requirement and will respond accordingly.”
• There is growing pressure from Congress for a more organized effort to compile what the government has learned and reveal how it is trying to solve the mysteries. “I can tell you it is being taken more seriously now that it ever has been,” said Florida Senator Marco Rubio who sits on the Senate committee who requested the UFO report. Rubio does not believe military and intelligence agencies have come to any solid conclusions about the origin of the UFOs. But he insisted that the reports demand a more comprehensive intelligence-gathering effort. “We have to try to know what it is,” said Rubio. “Maybe there’s a logical explanation. Maybe it’s foreign adversaries who made a technological leap?” Of course, any delay will be perceived by the public as another attempt by the government to hide what it knows.
• The pressure to disclose what the government is doing has only intensified after recent comments from the former top intelligence official. “We have lots of reports about what we call unmanned aerial phenomenon,” said John Ratcliffe, who served as director of national intelligence under President Donald Trump. “When we talk about sightings, we are talking about objects that have [been] seen by Navy or Air Force pilots, or have been picked up by satellite imagery that frankly engage in actions that are difficult to explain.”
• Ratcliffe cited UFO/UAP “movements that are hard to replicate that we don’t have the technology for … or traveling at speeds that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom.” One such case was recently revealed by The Drive website where a swarm of unidentified “drones” bedeviled a flotilla of Navy destroyers off the California coast in 2019.
• There has been enormous resistance inside the government bureaucracy to releasing findings on UFO/UAP. Lue Elizondo led research on UFOs/UAPs in the Pentagon until 2017 when he publicly resigned in frustration that the issue was not being treated seriously enough. “You have all the stigma and the taboo that is associated with it,” said Elizondo, who now serves as an informal adviser to the military. “There’s been so much public taboo about this for decades that no one wants to risk their professional careers and that of their bosses on a topic like this without being directed.” Elizondo describes military and government reluctance to cooperate as “passive resistance”. “[T]hey’re just not going to do anything to support it.”
• “One of the challenges that [the Defense Department] has had in the past is that a lot of these intelligence-gathering organizations, a lot of the military services’ organizations that gather data on intrusions, are all extremely stovepiped and federated,” said Ellen Lord, who served as Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment until January. “In reality, there is a lot of technology that has been leveraged by our adversaries and we have ways to deal with that.”
• The secrecy surrounding the effort has been demonstrated by the Pentagon’s refusal to even discuss any details of its UAP task force, not even how many personnel are assigned to it or what budget it has been given. Elizondo believes there is little chance such obstacles can be overcome by June and is advocating for an interim report that requests more time and resources. “We can do this right or we can do it right now,” he said. “It’s certainly not sufficient time to provide a comprehensive, government-wide report that Congress not only expects, but that Congress deserves and frankly, so does the American people,” Elizondo added.
• Mellon thinks the process could take months or longer. “In addition to the onerous job of trying get everyone to come clean, there will be a sensitive and probably difficult process of getting all the players … to agree on the language and approve it. That process alone could take weeks or months.” Mellon thinks that the direct involvement of senior executive branch officials “is likely to prove necessary to compel the cooperation needed to do the job properly.” However, Mellon does believe that “the leadership on both sides appear to be taking this issue seriously and are acting in good faith.”
The truth may be out there. But don’t expect the feds to share what they know
anytime soon on the recent spate of UFO sightings.
Some military and spy agencies are blocking or simply ignoring the effort to catalog what they have on “unidentified aerial phenomenon,” according to multiple current and former government officials. And as a result, the Biden administration will likely delay a much-anticipated public report to Congress.
The Senate Intelligence Committee has asked the director of national intelligence to work with the Defense Department to provide a public accounting by June 25 on unexplained sightings of advanced aircraft and drones that have been reported by military personnel or captured by radar,
satellites and other surveillance systems.
The request came after revelations in 2017 that the Pentagon was researching a series of unexplained intrusions into military airspace, including high-performance vehicles captured on video stalking Navy ships.
But those advising the investigations are advocating for significantly more time and resources to retrieve information from agencies that in some cases have shown reluctance, if not outright resistance, to sharing classified information. And they worry that without high-level involvement, it will be difficult to compel agencies to release what they have.
“Just getting access to the information, because of all the different security bureaucracies, that’s an ordeal in itself,” said Christopher Mellon, a former Pentagon intelligence official who lobbied for the disclosure provision and is continuing to advise policymakers on the issue.
For example, he asserts that a Pentagon task force established last August and led by the Navy has had few personnel or resources and only modest success acquiring reports, video or other evidence gathered by military systems.
The Pentagon task force is expected to be the primary military organization contributing to the wider government report.
“I know that the task force has been denied access to pertinent information by the Air Force and they have been stiff-armed by them,” Mellon said in an interview. “That is disappointing but not unexpected.”
The Air Force, which is historically most associated with UFOs from its investigations during the Cold War, deferred all questions on the subject to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, which has similarly said little publicly about the effort.
“To protect our people, maintain operational security and safeguard intelligence methods, we do not publicly discuss the details of the UAP observations, the task force or investigations,” said Pentagon spokesperson Susan Gough, who declined to address the criticism.

• Despite the fact that the two nations’ civilian space programs work closely together on the International Space Station, the US and Russia have had multiple skirmishes in space. In February 2020, Chief of Space Operations General Jay Raymond announced that a pair of Russian satellites was following a US space satellite too closely in orbit. In July, Raymond condemned a Russian weapons test designed to blow up assets in orbit.
• Space Force leaders have emphasized the importance of drafting international norms of behavior in space to ensure all nations can operate safely. Space Force’s Maj. Gen. DeAnna Burt said that officials from the Pentagon and State Department are drafting language to send to the U.N. on responsible space behavior.
• On March 23rd, at Washington’s request, representatives from the US and Russia held an online video meeting to discuss responsible behaviors in space. It is unclear, however, who from the US participated in the discussion with Russia. A senior Biden administration official said, “It is a shared interest of all nations to act responsibly in space to ensure the safety, stability, security, and long-term sustainability of outer space activities.”
• The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement saying that the video meeting covered “a wide range of issues related to the security of space activities.” Both Russia and the US say they want to hold future meetings to make progress on the topic. “We look forward to future discussions to build mutual trust with Russia and other space-faring nations to work toward responsible norms of behaviors in space,” the unnamed senior administration official said.
Representatives from the U.S. and Russia met on Tuesday to discuss responsible
behaviors in space, a senior administration official told POLITICO.
Washington requested the meeting, the official said, adding that the discussion was “at a technical level.”
Tensions in orbit: The U.S. and Russia have had multiple skirmishes in space, despite the fact that the two nations’ civilian space programs work closely together on the International Space Station. In February 2020, Chief of Space Operations Gen. Jay Raymond announced that a pair of Russian satellites was closely following a U.S. space satellite in orbit, a behavior he called “unusual and disturbing.”
More recently, Raymond condemned a Russian test of a weapon in July that is designed to blow up assets in orbit.
Space Force leaders have emphasized the importance of drafting international norms of behavior in space to ensure all nations can operate safely. Maj. Gen. Exopolitics Today Podcast discussing recent claims by Dr. Steven Greer that an Alien False Flag event is being planned by the Deep State, as best evidenced by political developments surrounding the upcoming June 2021 release of an Intelligence Community report on the threat posed by UFOs active near US Naval war exercizes and military facilities in general. Dr. Michael Salla examines the genesis of warnings concerning an alien false flag event going back to 1974, and the likelihood it will happen under the current Joe Biden Presidential administration.
• In 1997, the US Space Command’s ‘Vision for 2020’ forecast that space power would evolve into a “medium of warfare” during “the early portion of the 21st century”. Washington being able to “control” and “dominate” space in order to “deny other nations access”, was considered a top priority. Barack Obama escalated deployments of ‘first-strike’ missile defense systems encircling Russia and China in range to strike ground stations that communicate with orbiting military satellites. In March 2018, Donald Trump broached the creation of a ‘Space Force’, and in August 2018 the US’s 2019 National Defense Authorization Act repeatedly referenced “space warfighting operations” and plans to create a “unified command for space” under US Strategic Command.
• Now the UK wants to get in on the action. On March 22, the UK government published its ‘Defence Command Paper 2021’, outlining London’s grand vision for its “role in the world over the next decade” in respect of military and intelligence capabilities and operations. “Space, and our assured access to it, is fundamental to military operations,” the paper reads. “We must develop military, civilian and commercial capabilities that are resilient to and protected from space threats. We must also help shape an international environment of behaviours and operating norms that deters adversaries.”
• By 2030, the UK intends to have “the ability to monitor, protect and defend” its interests “in and through space”. Over the next 10 years, a total of £5 billion will be invested in Skynet, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) network of military communications satellites, which supports the Five Eyes global spying apparatus. £1.4 billion will be spent establishing a dedicated space command, launch a National Space Operations Centre, develop an “intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance satellite constellation”, and create a “Space Academy” to train Britain’s new army of “space specialists”.
• In May 2020, then-MoD Permanent Secretary Sir Stephen Lovegrove told a parliamentary committee that space was “now recognized as a warfighting domain.” The Defence Command Paper states that UK military and intelligence capabilities will from now on be fully integrated across “space, cyberspace, maritime, land and air”. By August of 2020, Royal Air Force officers began training at the US Space Command’s Space Defense Operations Center in California.
• Defence Secretary Ben Wallace consistently frames UK space-combat capacity as inherently defensive in nature. But in April 2019, a mysterious aircraft crash-landed in the West Australian outback. It was revealed to be a state-of-the-art experimental solar-powered surveillance drone, produced by aerospace firm Airbus for the MoD. The craft has a 25m wingspan and is capable of flying unmanned at a height of over 65,000 feet – twice the altitude of a commercial airliner, at the very edge of space.
• China and Russia have repeatedly presented draft treaties to the United Nations calling for a ban on the deployment of conventional weapons in space, and a prohibition on the use of force in and from space and against spacecraft. Despite being supported by an overwhelming number of UN member states, the proposals were consistently rebuffed by Washington.
• The UK’s updated defense priorities are Britain’s own contribution to this determined push to transform space into a dangerous battleground. By Ben Wallace’s own admission, there is “limited international agreement on norms and conventions” relating to the regulation of space technology, combined with “a lack of ethical standards to encourage their responsible use”. A cynic might suggest that, in fact, Whitehall intends to exploit these regulatory and moral shortfalls to its own advantage.
Space battles are the stuff of science fiction, but recent technological and political
developments have done much to make the prospect an ever more likely reality – and it’s clear the UK wants to get in on the action.
On March 22, the UK government published its Defence Command Paper 2021, a 76-page document offering further clarity on the previous week’s Integrated Review, which outlined London’s grand vision for its “role in the world over the next decade” in respect of military and intelligence capabilities and operations.
An accompanying foreword authored by Defence Secretary Ben Wallace – former British Army soldier and director of military technology firm QinetiQ, who has previously condoned torture – spells out the paper’s disturbing dimensions in some detail.
Strikingly, it contained dozens of references to space in a military context. The heavens were said to be of growing significance as an operational and “warfighting” domain – a dedicated section describing Whitehall’s plans to secure dominance in the sphere.
“Space, and our assured access to it, is fundamental to military operations. Loss of, or disruption to, the space domain could severely impact our ability to undertake most defence tasks,” it read. “We must develop military, civilian and commercial capabilities that are resilient to and protected from space threats. We must also help shape an international environment of behaviours and operating norms that deters adversaries.”

• SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has tweeted in the past that he IS an extraterrestrial alien. But in a March 23rd post, Musk tweeted: “Strongest argument against aliens’ … (modern) camera resolution has advanced, but UFO pictures have remained the same.” In other words, Musk concludes that extraterrestrials do not exist since the images of UFOs that we see are just floating blobs of light.
• Many Twitter followers concurred with Musk’s denial of an extraterrestrial presence. One ‘explained’ that most cameras “are only capturing 400-700 nanometers” and are not capable of capturing “true reality”. Entrepreneur Amit Paranjape added that since the birth of smartphones, random UFO sightings have dropped.
• Due to Musk’s reputation in the space industry, his tweet has sparked a debate. Of the more than 11,000 comments, artificial Intelligence scientist Lex Fridman was among his detractors, tweeting: “that’s exactly what an alien would tweet”.
• Twitter user ‘Evilspot’ seems to think that Musk is only kidding. “He does believe aliens are real,” said Evilspot… “it’s just kind of upsetting that every ‘ufo sightings’ is like 180p or something..why are the images always look like crap!” Twitter user ‘Ash WSB’ responded that “aliens move very fast.”
• In 2020, Musk claimed that the Egyptian pyramids were made by extraterrestrials. This prompted a Twitter response from Egypt’s Minister of International Cooperation, Rania al-Mashat: “I follow your work with a lot of admiration. I invite you & SpaceX to explore the writings about how the pyramids were built and also to check out the tombs of the pyramid builders. Mr. Musk, we are waiting for you,’ she added. Musk seemed to take the claim back, responding by linking an article describing how the pyramids were more likely built by humans living in an Egyptian settlement. “This BBC article provides a sensible summary for how it was done,” Musk wrote with the link.
• Musk’s current opinion that aliens do not exist comes just two days after the US government said it has evidence of UFOs breaking the sound barrier without a sonic boom. And the former Director of National Intelligence (John Ratcliffe) recently claimed that UFOs are making maneuvers that are impossible with our known technology.
• [Editor’s Note] UFOs – both alien and those belonging to various secret space programs – use electromagnetic, anti-gravity warp drive propulsion, such as that patented several years go by Salvatore Pais with the US Navy. This creates an electromagnetic force field around the UFO craft, creating a cocoon of its own internal environment. From the ground, this looks like a blob of light, and that’s what people often capture in their photos. No doubt, Musk is aware of this.
While it appears that Musk is constantly flip-flopping on the UFO issue, he is simply parroting what his deep state handlers tell him to say so that he can hang onto his multi-billion dollar government-financed space travel, tunnel boring and artificial intelligence projects. Once the deep state is defeated and eradicated (soon hopefully), Musk will say whatever his new masters tell him to say – perhaps even the truth. But it hardly matters to Musk.
The billionaire CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, has previously stated on Twitter that he is an alien – but seems to have changed his mind on the subject.
On Tuesday, Musk tweeted: ‘Strongest argument against aliens’ along with two charts that shows camera resolution has advanced, but UFO pictures have remained the same.
The post in the early hours of the morning on March 23 concludes that extraterrestrials don’t exist, due to most images showing floating blobs, but many of the comments argue otherwise.
One user replied ‘that’s exactly what an alien would tweet,’ while another explains that most cameras ‘are only capturing 400-700 nanometers’ and are not capable of capturing ‘true reality.’
Musk, who is the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX received more than 11,000 comments, 41,000 shares and 400,000 likes to the post.
Many of his bizarre tweets typically get a lot of attention, but due to Musk’s reputation in the space industry, this one sparked a debate.
Artificial Intelligence scientist Lex Fridman was among those who disagree with the tweet, who said ‘this is exactly what an alien would tweet.’

• Nowhere is time so of the essence than in equipment designed for use in aeronautic and space applications. The list of companies having strong ambitions in the advanced space technology marketplace include space-tech firms, including Boeing Co., SpaceX, Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc, and Amazon.com Inc.
• Boeing Co. has acquired Millennium Space Systems, a provider of agile, flight-proven small-satellite solutions, and has become a major shareholder of Signal Advance Inc., a pioneer in biomedical and cybersecurity applications for Military Defense, presumably involve low-orbit space. This technology can potentially improve the performance of a wide range of devices that process analog signals in areas such as industrial process control, interventional medical devices, alarm/detection systems, flight, and vehicular control, as well as military targeting and weaponry. In short, the company’s technology effectively reduces the time it takes to get a meaningful signal from sensor-based devices or systems. This has huge implications for anything where time is of the essence.
• SpaceX founder Elon Musk said that he plans to make Tesla a publicly traded company once revenues become predictable. Given recent struggles, advancing sensor technology might be the key to SpaceX’s future. As the NYTimes put it: “If it exploded last time, try, try again. They did, and it exploded again… On Tuesday, a test flight of SpaceX’s Starship, a huge next-generation spacecraft that Elon Musk, the founder and chief executive of the private rocket company, dreams of one day sending to Mars, came to an explosive end.”
• Virgin Galactic’s model is tailored to the space tourism market. The company plans to generate billions in revenues in five to ten years carting thousands of wide-eyed space tourists up into orbit.
• Amazon is less well known in the commercial space industry. But the company has announced the establishment of a new unit called Aerospace and Satellite Solutions, led by former US Air Force Maj. Gen. Clint Crosier, who most recently directed the establishment of the U.S. Space Force.
Boeing Co (NYSE:BA) was recently awarded contracts (over the past year) totaling
$974 million to develop a next-generation seeker for the U.S. Army’s Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile system, as well as continue and expand production on current generations of the PAC-3 seeker, in Huntsville, Alabama, as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin.
BA also recently completed the acquisition of Millennium Space Systems, a provider of agile, flight-proven small-satellite solutions, to help grant it the underlying technology for some of this expanded air and space defense business. According to Boeing, Millennium Space Systems will operate under Boeing Phantom Works as a subsidiary called “Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company” and Millennium’s Founder/ Former CEO is a gentleman named Stan Dubyn.
Boeing first announced the agreement with Millennium Space Systems back in August 2018. The deal has closed in 2019 and Dubyn has gone on to become one of the largest shareholders in Signal Advance Inc., (OTCMKTS: SIGL).
Signal Advance story – in terms of tangible catalysts – lies in its Biomedical and Cybersecurity applications. But the company has technology applications for Military Defense, which would presumably involve low-orbit space.
Signal Technology
Signal Advance Inc., (OTCMKTS: SIGL) only recently started to report commercial success and financial performance of note. Hence, it’s difficult to appreciate the story from the standpoint of pure financial data, although the for the first 9 months of 2020 Signal Advance Inc., had revenues of $6,347,811 which translates to an EPS of $0.1622 and currently awaiting 2020 year-end financial report. But the key to evaluating it now is by looking at its unique technology and how it may open up opportunities across a number of high-growth industries.
According to the company’s materials: Sensors are used to detect various physical or physiological properties (e.g. pressure, temperature, speed, heart rate) and convert these properties into analog electrical signals. Typically, these signals are then digitized and processed to generate an output which can be used for monitoring, intervention, process control or similar functions.

• The discovery a gold mask possibly worn by a priest, along with more than 500 artefacts in Sanxingdui, a Bronze Age archeological site in central Sichuan province of China, have become the talk of China since the news broke on March 20th. The Sanxingdui site dates from 2,800-1,100BC, and were largely discovered in the 1980s and 1990s. Experts believe the area was once inhabited by the Shu, an ancient Chinese civilization.
• The mask is similar to previous discoveries of bronze human statues. However, the inhuman features of the mask has triggered speculation they may belong to an alien race that may have once inhabited the area thousands of years ago. Some says that the Bronze Age face masks have more in common with characters from the film ‘Avatar’ than with Chinese people.
• The Director of the Institute of Archaeology at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Wang Wei, stated: “There is no chance that Sanxingdui belongs to an alien civilization.” “These wide-eyed masks look exaggerated because the makers want to emulate the look of deities. They shouldn’t be interpreted as the look of everyday people,” Wang said.
• The director of the Sanxingdui Museum, Lei Yu, made similar comments: “It was a colorful regional culture, flourishing alongside other Chinese cultures.” But Lei could see why people might think the artefacts were left by aliens. Earlier excavations found a golden walking stick and a bronze tree-shaped statue unlike other ancient Chinese artefacts. But these artefacts are only a small portion of the entire Sanxingdui collection. Many other Sanxingdui artefacts can be easily traced to a human civilization, noted Lei.
A major discovery of a gold mask alongside a treasure trove of artefacts at a Bronze Age site in China has generated online debate about whether there were once aliens in China thousands of years ago.
The gold mask, possibly worn by a priest, along with more than 500 artefacts in Sanxingdui, a Bronze Age site in central Sichuan province, have become the talk of China since the news broke on Saturday. The mask is similar to previous discoveries of bronze human statues, however, the inhuman and foreign features of the finds have triggered speculation they may belong to a race of aliens.
In responses collected by state broadcaster CCTV, some speculated that the earlier bronze face masks had more in common with characters from the film Avatar than with Chinese people.
“Does that mean Sanxindui belongs to an alien civilisation?” queried one.
However, some just asked if perhaps the finds came from another civilisation, such as one in the Middle East.
The Director of the Institute of Archaeology at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Wang Wei, was quick to shut down the alien theories.
“There is no chance that Sanxingdui belongs to an alien civilisation,” he told CCTV.
“These wide-eyed masks look exaggerated because the makers want to emulate the look of deities. They shouldn’t be interpreted as the look of everyday people,” he added.
The director of the Sanxingdui Museum, Lei Yu, made similar comments on CCTV earlier this year.
“It was a colourful regional culture, flourishing alongside other Chinese cultures,” he said.
Lei said he could see why people might think the artefacts were left by aliens. Earlier excavations found a golden walking stick and a bronze tree-shaped statue unlike other ancient Chinese artefacts.
But Lei said those foreign-looking artefacts, although well-known, only count as a tiny portion of the entire Sanxingdui collection. Many other Sanxingdui artefacts can be easily traced to a human civilisation.
The Sanxingdui sites date from 2,800-1,100BC, and it is on the UNESCO list of tentative world heritage sites. The site was largely discovered in the 1980s and 1990s.

• To mark UFO Week on BLAZE tv, former Ministry of Defence official Nick Pope was interviewed by British media company UNILAD. For three years during the 1990s, Pope held a position within the MoD’s ‘UFO program’. The program ended in 2009. But Pope says that he has it on good authority that the British government is secretly ‘still looking at this’ UFO phenomenon. But Pope insists that he is not a ‘whistle blower’. “I take my security oath seriously,” says Pope. “The only reason I can talk about this is because the government has declassified and released a lot of my old case files.”
• In 2017, it was revealed that in 2012 the US military had budgeted $22 million for the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ (AATIP). In 2017, the US military allowed three grainy UFO videos to be publicly released. When asked how much UFO information the US military has shared with the UK government, Pope remains tight-lipped, wary of crossing a line beyond what’s permitted.
• Pope noted that military authorities stopped calling the phenomenon ‘UFOs’ and changed it to ‘UAPs’, or ‘unidentified aerial phenomenon’. Now they’re probably calling it something else says Pope. (Editor: Yes, ‘UAV’ or ‘unmanned aerial vehicle’) There’s also a suspicion that much of the UFO investigation has been relegated to the private sector in order to put it outside of the scope of the Freedom of Information Act.
• Today, the US Department of Defense admits to a UAP Task Force set up in the Office of Naval Intelligence, which is basically the AATIP under a different name. Pope says that the US government program has indeed shared some of their UFO findings with the other ‘Five Eyes’ nations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK. “So GCHQ (UK Government Communications Headquarters) probably got to see some of this stuff on secure servers and things.”
• A US Congressional Senate committee has asked the military for an unclassified UFO investigations report, which is due to come out around World UFO Day on July 2nd. But the public and the media may still only get a summary of the unclassified report, “where the good stuff is going to buried”, says Pope.
• Pope says that, “There is close military and intelligence… collaboration (between the US and the UK). There’s intelligence sharing across a range of issues. There’s joint exercises. … [T]here’s been UK participation in some of the testing of cutting-edge technologies. But when we get into UFOs, that’s still a bit of an unknown.”
• Philip Mantle, director of investigations for the British UFO Research Association, described the Pentagon’s UFO footage as a ‘turning point’, not just because of the videos themselves, but the legitimacy with which they were released. “What was interesting is what colleagues have been saying for years… that the US authorities are studying UFOs somewhere,” said mantle. “And of course, they were proven right. …You then ask, ‘if the Americans are doing it, then who else?’ The answer is we don’t know.”
• So what are these craft seen in the grainy US military ‘Gimbal’, ‘Go Fast’ and ‘Tic Tac’ UFO videos? “Some of these things are going to be secret, prototype aircraft missiles and drones,” Pope said. “I don’t rule out the extraterrestrial hypothesis. … [A]pparently, in these interim reports [from the UAP Taskforce], they’ve not ruled out the extraterrestrial hypothesis.’
• Whether more videos are released to the public in the wake of the impending Senate committee report, to say those three Pentagon clips are just the beginning would be an understatement. “They must surely have more than three videos. There’s been little hints dropped here and there, more will surface at one point,” Mantle said.
• Pope claims to know “many people who…knew there’d been hundreds of these sorts of (UFO) incidents over the years. That’s another misconception about this; we’ve seen these three videos, but that’s the tip of the iceberg.”
The UK government is secretly investigating UFO sightings, according to a former Ministry of Defence official.
In 2017, America’s very own X-Files-esque team was revealed by The New York Times: up until 2012, $22 million in defence funding went to the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). Three years later, amid leaks and speculation, the Pentagon officially released three declassified videos of UFOs – no aliens, but an emphasis on ‘unidentified’.
‘About time’, was the reaction of Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator for the UK’s Ministry of Defence (MoD). Out of his 21 years in government, three were dedicated to a fascinating post that no longer exists. Well, officially, that is.
In an interview with UNILAD to mark UFO Week on BLAZE, Pope sat down with me to chat about his past experiences, investigations and thoughts on the earth-shattering Pentagon footage, as well as what to expect from the intelligence agencies’ report on aerial phenomena as part of the COVID-19 relief bill.
‘The irony is it could possibly come out on World UFO Day. They’ve asked for an unclassified report. If the media and public get any of this, that’s all they’ll get. Not
even that, maybe just a summary of it. It can have a classified annex, and that’s where the good stuff is going to buried,’ he said.
‘There’s a debate whether AATIP is still in existence or if it’s running under a different name now that people know about it. What the Department of Defense (DoD) did admit is they have something called the UAP Taskforce, that’s set up in the Office of
Naval Intelligence,’ Pope said.
He added, ‘There was a leak… saying they’ve shared some of their interim findings with other Five Eyes nations [in the intelligence-sharing alliance made up of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and US], so GCHQ probably got to see some of this stuff on secure servers and things.’
The position Pope once held in the ‘UFO program’ was cut at the end of 2009. ‘But I have it on multiple well-placed sources that somebody, somewhere in government is still looking at this,’ he said.
Pope continued, ‘Definitely not calling it UFOs anymore, nor UAP now it’s out of the box – probably calling it something else. There are still question marks whether there’s active liaison between the UAP Taskforce and anyone in the MoD. There’s also a suspicion that you put it out into the private sector, to put it outside the scope of the Freedom of Information act. So that’s something else to throw into the mix.’

• Launched in 1969, today MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) has more than 600 trained investigators and 4,200 members across the world to investigate UFO sightings, collect research data in the worldwide MUFON database, educate the public on the UFO phenomenon, and promote research on UFOs with an eye towards scientific breakthroughs and improving life on our planet.
• Historically, MUFON has moved to wherever its executive director is located. In 2012, MUFON headquarters moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Irvine, California. Current executive director David MacDonald is based out of Cincinnati. So MUFON is returning to the Queen City permanently.
• “Cincinnati is within a six-hour drive to 80% of the nation. It is also highly valued due to its many advantages to business,” says MacDonald. “Cincinnati is remarkably less expensive to live in as well as do business in than Southern California. One of Cincinnati’s largest corporate headquarters once said, ‘We have two problems to being in Cincinnati — one is to get people to move here, the second is getting them to leave.’”
• The Cincinnati area has a special connection to UFOs. “Wright Patterson is 45 minutes away,” MacDonald says. “There are quite a few (UFO) sightings in the Tri-State area, and it was the home of one of the most famous UFO pioneers in the world, Len Stringfield.”
• MacDonald says investigators are “the foundation of MUFON.” MUFON is actively recruiting more UFO hunters. But being a field investigator takes more than mild curiosity. Ideal candidates are stable, dependable and objective with hours of volunteer time available, and have “an above-average interest in the UFO phenomenon.” Each candidate has to pass a background check, attend MUFON University training online and take an exam before becoming an official trainee. After that, the trainee must shadow a professional investigator before they’re allowed out in the field alone.
• “This is one of the most exciting times for MUFON,” says MacDonald. “For 52 years, we’ve searched for the truth about UFOs and now it is breaking.” “Around 2018, the now-famous ‘Tic Tac’ videos were released. Recently, the United States government is being directed to release their classified information where it has been confirmed that a UFO (not a missile) flew over a commercial airliner near White Sands. An Israeli professor who was a high-ranking intelligence officer, publicly disclosed that UFOs are not only real, but they are here. But the blockbuster came a few weeks ago when the Pentagon acknowledged that they do in fact have crash debris from UFOs.”
• [Editor’s Note] MacDonald replaces former MUFON executive director Jan Harzan after Harzan was arrested for soliciting a 13 year old girl for sex online last summer in Huntington, California.
The truth is out there.
And possibly literally right here in the Queen City, as Cincinnati is once again home to nonprofit UFO investigation organization Mutual UFO Network, or MUFON.
Launched in 1969, MUFON has three goals, which its more than 600 trained investigators and 4,200 members across the world enact:
1. Investigate UFO sightings and collect the data in the MUFON Database for use by researchers worldwide.
2. Promote research on UFOs to discover the true nature of the phenomenon, with an eye towards scientific breakthroughs, and improving life on our planet.
3. Educate the public on the UFO phenomenon and its potential impact on society.
Although the organization has moved several times since its founding, it left Cincinnati in 2012 to relocate to Irvine, California. Now, its board of directors has declared MUFON is permanently returning to the Queen City, setting up headquarters near Lunken Airport.
Historically, MUFON has moved to wherever its executive director is located; current executive director David MacDonald is based out of Cincinnati. (MacDonald also previously served as director, hence MUFON’s former stint in the city.)
“Cincinnati is within a six-hour drive to 80% of the nation. It is also highly valued due to its many advantages to business,” MacDonald tells CityBeat. “Cincinnati is remarkably less expensive to live in as well as do business in than Southern California. One of Cincinnati’s largest corporate headquarters once said, ‘We have two problems to being in Cincinnati — one is to get people to move here, the second is getting them to leave.’”
But besides the logistics, MacDonald says making the move to Cincinnati permanent is valuable because the area has a special connection to UFOs.

• In 1993, pressure by budget-conscious politicians stopped NASA funding of programs searching for extraterrestrial life in the solar system. But in recent decades, NASA has been working more and more with organizations such as SETI – the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. But a recent NASA-funded study paper published in the journal Acta Astronautica suggests that as NASA goes about its business in space, perhaps it should also keep an eye out for ‘technosignatures’ – or evidence of technology or industrial activity – without much additional spending.
• The study paper suggests that a permanent radio telescope could be set up on the far side of the Moon to search for alien signals. Interstellar probes from extraterrestrial civilizations might have been sent into our solar system long ago, and there may be artifacts or aliens “lurking” on asteroids or UFO crash sites on other planets giving off a laser or radio signal. “Such artifacts might have been captured by solar system bodies into stable orbits or they might even have crashed on planets, asteroids or moons,” reads the paper. “Bodies with old surfaces such as those of the Moon or Mars might still exhibit evidence for such collisions.”
• About every 100,000 years, the closest star ‘Proxima Centauri’ comes within nearly a light-year from the Sun – one quarter its usual distance. So there have been literally “tens of thousands” of opportunities for a technologically advanced civilization from that system to launch probes into our solar system, according to the paper.
• The study includes a list of nine ways that NASA missions could detect observational “proof of extraterrestrial life” beyond Earth in our solar system and beyond:
1. Conduct ultra-high resolution scans of the surfaces of the Moon, Mars, Mercury and Ceres for signs of impact or artifacts in crash sites that could be millions and billions of years old.
2. Look for CFC gases or nitrogen dioxide – pollutions typically associated with industrial activity or a byproduct of combustion or nuclear technology around distant exoplanets.
3. Conduct an all-sky survey using an infrared space telescope to search for “waste heat emission” from technological waste or Dyson spheres.
4. Put a permanent radio telescope dish on the “radio-quiet” far side of the Moon to conduct super-sensitive searches for distant technosignatures, free of human radio contamination.
5. Look for aliens and alien artifacts lurking on resources-rich asteroids orbiting the Sun with Earth.
6. Have an intercept mission ready to launch when a target like ‘Oumuamua’ next presents itself, tumbling through our solar system. The Vera C. Rubin Observatory’s all-sky surveys that is scheduled to begin later this year may very well find such a rogue object heading towards our star system.
7. Search existing NASA and academic data for objects in orbit around known exoplanets, atmospheric pollution and night-time illumination on exoplanets.
8. Conduct all-sky infrared laser pulse searches for in visible light and in wide regions.
9. Identify small asteroids under 10m in diameter that we may have previously overlooked, that may be artificial.
• [Editor’s Note] If deep state fronts such as NASA and SETI truly did any of these obvious things that their study paper suggests, they would find that we inhabit a solar system and star sector of this galaxy that is absolutely teaming with technologically advanced extraterrestrial activity. Of course, the deep state knows this. This is why they make a big deal out of publishing their “latest efforts” in their never-ending search for signs of extraterrestrial life. It is all for show.
From UFO crash sites on other planets and aliens “lurking” on asteroids to a permanent radio telescope on the far side of the Moon, a new NASA-funded study into the search for intelligent extraterrestrial life (SETI) details how future NASA missions could purposefully look for the “technosignatures” of advanced alien civilizations.
Described as evidence for the use of technology or industrial activity in other parts of the Universe, the search for technosignatures has barely begun, but could unearth something surprising without much additional spend, says the study.
After more or less ceasing its search for technosignatures in 1993 after pressure by politicians, NASA has become increasingly involved in SETI.
Published in the specialized journal Acta Astronautica, the study includes a list of what’s NASA missions could detect as observational “proof of extraterrestrial life” beyond Earth.
Perhaps most intriguingly, the paper suggests that interstellar probes might have been sent into the Solar System a long time ago, perhaps during the last close encounter of our Sun with other stars.
The closest star to the Sun right now, Proxima Centauri, is over 4.2 light-years distant, but roughly every 100,000 years a star comes within nearly a light-year from the Sun. There have therefore been “tens of thousands” of opportunities for technologies similar to ours to have launched probes into our Solar System, according to the paper.

Article by Jon Lockett March 22, 2021 (thesun.co.uk)
• In the 1990’s, British entrepreneur Ray Santilli claims to have “restored” a version of an original video clip of an alien being’s autopsy allegedly conducted by the US military after it was retrieved from the Roswell UFO crash in 1947. Santilli said that he obtained the 1947 video from a retired US military cameraman. But since the film footage was in such poor condition, he embellished the original video with ‘reproductions’ of the medical room using animal organs and pig brains in a London flat, trying to be as true to the original as possible. Then Santilli sold the embellished footage to TV stations in 33 countries – before filmmaker and magician Spyros Melaris blew the whistle on him for peddling a fake autopsy video. Said Santilli, “What we did was a restoration of the original film. The film still maintain its integrity.”
• Author and UFO investigator Philip Mantle was among the first to see the bogus video that went on to fool millions around the world. On March 22nd he was featured in a TV expose’ on BLAZE pay television called “Alien Autopsy:The Search for Answers”. Mantle reveals a CIA document that made its way to the internet containing an email thread from the files of the late NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell. The email thread shows that the CIA had studied ‘real’ footage of an alien being dissected over a decade before Santilli’s embellished autopsy video.
• Mitchell’s email thread was sent primarily to Robert Bigelow and the scientists at his ‘National Institute for Discovery Sciences’ or ‘NIDS’ in 2000 who were trying to track down and authenticate the Roswell alien autopsy video. Says Mantle, “There are a number of people linked to the thread but the main guy they are speaking to is a Dr. Christopher ‘Kit’ Green and he worked for the CIA many years back on what he called their weird desk. They are quizzing Dr. Green about his comments on the alien autopsy film and, apart from saying he thought it was authentic, it goes on to add that back in 1980 or 1981 at an official briefing at the Pentagon they showed him another alien autopsy film. “The photos of the alien cadaver Kit saw were consistent with the cadaver seen in the 1995 Santilli film/video.”
• According to the leaked CIA document, in January 2001 Dr. Green provided his professional evaluation of the footage. A summary of Dr. Green’s evaluation stated: “The Alien Autopsy film/video is real, the alien cadaver is real, and the cadaver seen in the film/video is the same as the photos Kit saw at the Pentagon briefing.”
• Does this prove that there were other Roswell alien autopsy clips being studied at least 10 years before the bogus film was made? As Mantle says, someone of Dr. Green’s experience and standing would not be fooled by a fake film. He was indeed shown other films, fake or real, by the CIA. Ray Santilli believes the fact that Dr. Green claims he saw the video before his was published only goes to prove his footage must be real.
• Sergeant Clifford Stone worked as a UFO crash retrieval expert with the U.S. Army in the 1960s. In an archive video, Stone tells how he once saw senior officers watching what he later learned were “genuine ” alien dissection videos.
• Mantle sums up his investigation by saying: “Something did crash at Roswell – even the authorities in the US admit that.” Investigator Ben Smith notes that a journal written by a US Army major who was first on the scene (Major Jesse A. Marcel) may hold the secrets to what has been described as the biggest cover up in US military history.
• [Editor’s Note] “Let me just be clear,” said Santilli, “I was not there in 1947, so I can’t say for sure if it is an alien, but it is the original camera footage.” “By the time we got back, (the film) had deteriorated to a certain extent and we were not able to use it and (we) recreated a fair section.” When the recreated footage was released, however, Mr Santilli and his team did not make it clear it was a remake of poor quality original footage, which Santilli still possesses. The recreation video was produced inside a north London flat. The “dead alien” was sculpted by motion picture special effects expert John Humphreys, using cow and lamb organs from a local butcher shop. The 1940’s-era surgeons’ outfits and medical equipment were supplied from prop providers in the UK and USA. The 16mm film was then spliced with an original Pathe newsreel to help convince experts from Kodak that it could be real.
According to Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan, a Memorandum by Dr. Christopher “Kit” Green dated March 23, 2001, giving his “professional evaluation of the ‘Alien Autopsy Film/Video and other related information”, was leaked by physicist Eric W. Davis to Robert Bigelow and revealed that this 1995 Santilli video of an alien autopsy of a “6-fingered, 6-toed” alien entity is in fact real. The being was retrieved from a crashed saucer in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. Dr. Green “was briefed three different times during and after his tenure at the CIA on topics relevant to UFOs and the Roswell Incident Alien Autopsy.” Dr. Kit Green confirmed that the “Alien Autopsy film/video is real, the alien cadaver is real, and the cadaver seen in the film/video is the same as the photos Kit saw at the Pentagon during briefing # 2.” Dr. Green’s career began in 1969 as a Senior Division Analyst for neurosciences at the CIA. In the mid-1970s, Dr. Green was a program manager for Controlled Remote Viewing research.
AN INVESTIGATOR who spent a decade probing the infamous Roswell autopsy footage reveals leaked documents appear to show the CIA studied ‘REAL’ footage of aliens being dissected years earlier.
Author Philip Mantle, Britain’s most renowned UFO investigator, was among the first to see the bogus video which emerged in the mid 90s and went on to fool millions around the world.
He is now fronting a new TV expose called Alien Autopsy:The Search for Answers – airing on Blaze tonight – which sets out to separate the facts from fiction.
In it he looks into a bombshell email chain which reveals one CIA expert was duped by the 17-minute hoax video and also how US spooks apparently studied other alien autopsy clips years before the fake one emerged.
There are even claims one intelligence agency expert – Dr Christopher Green – was shown dissection footage at an official briefing in the Pentagon at the beginning of the 1980s.
The now infamous Roswell clip was first unveiled by Brit entrepreneur Ray Santilli who claimed he
obtained it from a retired US military cameraman while seeking archive footage of Elvis Presley in the US.
It was said to show an alien lifeform which had perished in the 1947 UFO crash being cut up and examined by military medics at a top secret location – which some believed was Area 51.
He went on to sell the footage to TV stations in 33 countries – before film maker and magician Spyros Melaris claimed he had actually faked the footage using animal organs and pig brains in a London flat.
Now Philip has revealed leaked documents claim CIA specialists were seemingly called in to look into other mystery autopsy footage more than decade earlier.
He told the Sun Online: “The thing about the alien autopsy video is that something
else always crops up.
“What reinvigorated the interest in the alien autopsy is that a couple of years ago a mysterious email thread was released online.
“The email was to Robert Bigelow, the US billionaire, who used to run an organisation called NIDS (The National Institute for Discovery Sciences).
“Basically Bigelow hired a number of scientists to work on UFO projects for him and in 2000 or 2001 they contacted me to try and gain access to some pieces of the original celluloid of the film.
“This email thread had come from the files of the late Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man on the moon.
“There are a number of people linked to the thread but the main guy they are speaking to is a Dr Christopher ‘Kit’ Green and he worked for the CIA many years back on what he called their weird desk.
“They are quizzing Dr Green about his comments on the alien autopsy film and, apart from saying he thought it was authentic, it goes on to add that back in 1980 or 1981 at an official briefing at the Pentagon they showed him another alien autopsy film.”
If true, that would appear to indicate that there were other alien dissection clips being studied at least 10 years before the bogus film was made.

• On March 22nd, at Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., the guerrilla news organization TMZ accosted US Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL, pictured above) to ask for his comment on the impending unclassified UFO report that Rubio’s Senate Committee on Intelligence has requested from the Pentagon and government intelligence community within the next couple of months. “It’s common sense, right?” responded Rubio. “There’s stuff flying over military installations, and nobody knows what it is and it isn’t ours.”
• So should we be worried about potential foes from a galaxy far, far away? “I think the worry is that there’s stuff flying over our facilities and we don’t know what they are,” said the Senator. “You know what I mean? So that’s the concern. Maybe it’s the other logical explanation to it.”
• The TMZ reporter then asked Rubio if aliens or China imposed a bigger threat to the United States. Rubio answered by again stating that we don’t know who or what these UFOs are. “There’s stuff flying over the top of our military installations and they don’t know who’s flying it, they don’t even know who it is,” Rubio added. “So that’s a problem. We need to find out if we can.”
• Rubio did remark that the aliens must be smarter than humans if they “made it all the way here” but “we can’t get there.” “We don’t know what that stuff is that’s flying over the top of our installations, let’s find out,” he added. “Maybe it’s another country and that would be bad news too.”
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) shared his thoughts on aliens with TMZ — revealing he is worried about UFOs flying near United States military bases.
TMZ stopped the senator, a member of the Senate Committee on Intelligence, at Reagan National Airport on Monday, noting that the government is now required to release a report detailing everything officials know about UFOs.
“There’s stuff flying over military installations, and nobody knows what it is and it isn’t ours,” he said, adding that it’s logical to want to identify these unidentified flying objects. “It’s common sense, right?”
So should we be worried about potential foes from a galaxy far, far away? Rubio seems to think so.
“I think the worry is that there’s stuff flying over our facilities and we don’t know what they are,” said the senator. “You know what I mean? So that’s the concern. Maybe it’s the other logical explanation to it.”
The TMZ reporter went as far as to ask Rubio if aliens or China imposed a bigger threat to the United States, prompting the senator to repeat that he does not know what the object was.

• Skinwalker Ranch, the 512-acre property nestled in the Uintah Basin in Utah, has been a hotbed for apparent paranormal incidents for decades. The documentary “Hunt for the Skinwalker” was featured on BLAZE pay tv channel on March 25th as part of the channel’s ‘UFO week’. Stories of portals to other dimensions, extinct giant wolves and flying saucers have all been “spotted” at the infamous Skinwalker Ranch over the years.
• Named after the mythical creature found in the Navajo tribe legends, the Skinwalker Ranch’s various owners and visitors have claimed to have witnessed unexplainable events since it was first publicized in the 1970s. Thousands of people have claimed to have witnessed UFOs there in the Uintah Basin.
• Billionaire businessman and UFO fanatic Robert Bigelow bought the property in 1996. He and his team of scientists set about studying the paranormal sightings, but even they were unable to come up with a plausible explanation. Bigelow’s team set up cameras around the property, but the UFOs proved elusive as though they “knew where you were looking”.
• Bigelow’s cameras did manage to pick up some bizarre activities, however. The “Hunt for Skinwalker” documentary shows footage of a blue orb that “seemed under intelligent design” dart across the night sky. A “fan-shaped array of lights” and an airline-like “contrail emanating from the ground” was also recorded at the ranch. Perhaps the strangest of all caught on camera was the moment a ghostly silhouette of “structures” appeared in CCTV footage. Two of Bigelow’s scientists also claimed to have witnessed a “portal” opening up in front of them, before a mysterious creature emerged and darted off into the darkness.
• On March 10, 1997, Skinwalker Ranch owner Tom Gorman and his wife had just tagged a calf and left it with their mother. Standing 300 yards from where they left the animals, their dog started growling at its direction, took off running and was never seen again. The Gormans returned to that spot to find the calf’s distressed mother pacing back and forth, dragging her leg. They then discovered the calf laid spread-eagled on the ground with all of its internal body cavities and muscle missing. One of the ears had also been removed with a “very sharp instrument”. About ten feet away from the animal lay its femur bone, which seemed to have been forcibly removed from its body.
• Dr. Colm Kelleher, a biochemist who worked for Bigelow recalled: “It looked like a massive predator had laid waste to this animal, removed 60lbs of meat in 45 minutes. We don’t know of any predator that could have done it.” Even stranger, the Gormans did not hear or see anything unusual from when they left the calf and returned to it. And there was not a drop of blood on the ground around the animal. Skin tissue analysis showed that the calf had been cut up with sharp, metallic instrument. Scientists came to the conclusion that the creature had been taken away from the field to be killed and butchered before being returned and laid out in the “ritualistic” pattern at the original spot. But, like all the other cattle mutilations, no perpetrator has ever been found.
• In 1994, one day during the very first week that they lived there, while they were tending to their cattle Skinwalker Ranch owners Terry Sherman and his son noticed what looked like a wolf coming towards them across a field. It seemed docile like a lost pet. The one of their calf stuck its head outside of its pen and the huge wolf attacked it and tried to drag it through the fence. The father and son desperately to beat the creature with sticks to make it release the calf, but it had no effect. Terry shot the monster with a .357 Magnum handgun four times before the wolf would let the calf go.
• The wolf let out no cries of pain and just stared at the ranch owner. He shot the creature again with a rifle at 20ft, but the wolf was unfazed. The wolf-like animal was shot again. This time, a “piece of flesh” fell to the ground before it trotted off. Terry and his son tracked the animal to a creek where its tracks “stopped suddenly”. “Even a single shot from the Magnum should have brought that wolf down,” noted Dr Kelleher.
• Later that day, Terry Sherman’s wife Gwen came across the monster wolf and claimed it was accompanied by two black dogs “with giant heads”. When the family was asked to describe the creature by pointing out its picture from a lineup of different types of wolves, they picked out a “dire wolf” – such as those that went extinct roughly 13,000 years ago.
Stories of portals to other dimensions, extinct giant wolves and flying saucers may sound like something from a science-fiction blockbuster, but they have all been “spotted” at the infamous Skinwalker Ranch over the years.
The 512-acre property nestled in the Uintah Basin in Utah, US, has been a hotbed for apparent paranormal incidents for decades.
Named after the mythical creature found in the Navajo tribe legends, its various owners and visitors have claimed to have witnessed unexplainable events and the fascination behind the Ranch has even attracted celebrities such as Robbie Williams.
Billionaire businessman and UFO fanatic Robert Bigelow bought the property in 1996 and his team of scientists set about studying the sightings of Bigfoot-like creatures, crop circles, glowing orbs and more.
But even they were unable to come up with a plausible explanation.
Skinwalker Ranch is the focus of new BLAZE documentary Hunt for the Skinwalker, which features footage from a previously-never seen programme from journalist George Knapp.
Ahead of its release on March 25 as part of the channel’s UFO week, Daily Star delves into some of the strangest stories to emerge from the chilling ranch.
UFOs and ‘portals’
Thousands of people have claimed to have witnessed UFOs at Skinwalker Ranch and
the surrounding Uintah Basin ever since it was first publicised in the 1970s.
Bigelow’s team of scientists, from his privately-funded National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), set up cameras around the property when he bought it in 1996 and they managed to capture their own sightings.
Frustratingly, as NIDS’ Dr John Alexander claimed, the UFOs proved elusive as they “knew where you were looking”.
But the cameras did manage to pick up some bizarre activities.
In footage shown for the first time in the Hunt for Skinwalker documentary, a blue orb that “seemed under intelligent design” darts across the night sky.
Another image shows how a “fan-shaped array of lights” was recorded while a third captured an airline-like contrail emanating from the ground.
Perhaps the strangest of all caught on camera was the moment a ghostly silhouette of “structures” appeared on CCTV.

• On March 19th, Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo interviewed John Ratcliffe, the former Trump administration Director of National Intelligence, to talk about the upcoming report from the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force. We knew that the Pentagon had to have more than three grainy UFO videos. We knew that the US government has been studying UFOs for quite some time. We knew that Navy pilots have come forward and said that there were periods of time when they were encountering these things “on a daily basis.” But we always kept our expectations low because we also know that the government doesn’t own up to anything it doesn’t absolutely have to. This Bartiromo interview, however, contained some of the most stunning admissions we’ve heard from one of the highest-ranking people in the government’s intelligence apparatus. (see 3:30 minute video clip from the interview below)
• We know about the expected report from the UAP Task Force to the Senate Intelligence Committee’s Intelligence. Ratcliffe told Bartiromo that he had been working last year to assemble and declassify information on UFO/UAP encounters, but had been unable to get the information together before leaving office. He then mentioned aspects of the performance of the UFOs that military pilots have encountered “that are hard to explain, movements that we don’t have the technology for.” He describes objects “that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom.”
• Then Ratcliffe casually mentioned that there are “quite a few more” military encounters with these UFO craft than have been made public, and we don’t understand the technology behind them. He basically dismissed the notion that the Russians or the Chinese could be responsible. In short, he didn’t say the words “non-human intelligence” but he might as well have. (Washington Examiner)
• Ratcliffe insisted that reports of “unidentified aerial phenomena” already in the public eye are only part of the bigger picture. There have been UFO sightings all around the world. “Usually, we have multiple sensors that are picking up these things … There is actually quite a few more than have been made public,” he said.
• In reference to the expected Senate committee report, Ratcliffe says that information on encounters that we can’t explain will be declassified and made available to the American public. Then he’ll “be able to talk a little bit more about that,” he told an incredulous Bartiromo.
• Most of the people at that level in the intelligence community know each other and manage to stay in the loop no matter which administration they serve. It’s a safe bet that Ratcliffe was in on the preparation efforts for the upcoming report and is well aware of what it will contain. He is also probably aware of the portions of the government’s file that will remain relegated away from public scrutiny within the “classified annex”. But Ratcliffe seems to hint some major UFO truths will be revealed. The report is expected to be released in roughly ten weeks or sooner.
• [Editor’s Note] Exposing the extent of the government’s cover-up of UFOs may be John Ratcliffe’s payback for the deep state pressuring him as Director of National Intelligence to claim in November that there was no evidence of significant domestic election fraud, and no evidence of foreign interference (beyond the usual social media trolling by the usual suspects Russia, Iran and China) in the 2020 Presidential election – which is simply a lie. Is Ratcliffe a willing/unwilling puppet of the deep state or just a lying sociopath? I get the feeling, both. It is apparent that he has no remorse in gaslighting the public.
Still, with his high-level clearance as DNI, Ratcliffe holds a broad view of these geopolitical developments. I’d say that he knows that ET and UFO disclosure is coming regardless of what he says and has accepted that the deep state’s days are numbered. Now he expects to watch the entire deep state matrix unravel and collapse around him. Hope you like the weather in Cuba, John.
Something of a bombshell dropped last night in the world of the United States military and its relationship with unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP or UFOs) on Fox News. Maria Bartiromo had John Ratcliffe, the former Trump administration Director of National Intelligence on to talk about the upcoming report from the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force, but she wound up getting more she bargained for. In the middle of the discussion, Ratcliffe, in an almost casual fashion, calmly announced that there are “quite a few more” military encounters with these unexplained craft than have been made public. He then went on to confess that we don’t understand the technology behind them. He also gave the impression that he was dismissing the idea that the Russians or the Chinese could be responsible. In short, he didn’t say the words “non-human intelligence” but he might as well have. (Washington Examiner)
John Ratcliffe, who served as director of national intelligence under former President Donald Trump, was asked on Fox News by host Maria Bartiromo what he knows about unidentified flying objects that have captured people’s imaginations for generations.
After saying that there have been sightings all around the world, Ratcliffe insisted that reports of “unidentified aerial phenomena” already in the public eye are only part of the bigger picture.
“Usually, we have multiple sensors that are picking up these things … There is actually quite a few more than have been made public,” he said.
Before getting to the highlights, check out the video for yourself. Even if you don’t want to sit through the whole clip (it’s really not very long), go to the 2:34 mark in the video and take in the look on Maria Bartiromo’s face as Ratcliffe calmly explains that there are “quite a few more sightings” than have been made public and that we can’t explain the technology we’re seeing. This is the look you get on your face when one of the highest-ranking people in the intelligence community tells you that UFOs are real and we don’t know what they are.

• Stories of the Star People are well documented in Native Canadian and Native American lore. An example is Dr. Ardy Clarke, a Professor Emeritus at Montana State University, a Cherokee/Choctaw who grew up being told about the Star People has been researching and collecting encounters between them and Native Indians for many years. The following is another account taken from her book, Encounters With Star People, Untold Stories of American Indians.
• Clarke tells of a Native Indian and a Vietnam War veteran named Russell who grew up being abused at a religious boarding school. “I was about seven years old. The priest took me to the chapel. He told me to kneel. He said I had to stay there all day unless I spoke English. When the priest left, I heard him lock the door. I remember how salty my tears tasted and I worried that I would have to pee, when suddenly a light appeared outside the chapel window and a being appeared. At first, I thought it was one of the older boys coming to rescue me. But instead, as I was to learn, it was no older boy but a star traveler. He picked me up, held me close, and we walked right through the wall like it wasn’t there. He helped me escape.”
• The Star Travelers “were robot-like. More like bugs than men, but I was so happy to be out of the chapel and away from those nuns and priests that I didn’t care. The devil himself could have taken me to hell and I would have been happy. I think these star travelers were watching the school. Maybe my old man was right. They do watch after us. Anyway, they taught me mind control. They helped me learn to live with pain and to survive in isolation.”
• “[A]fter that first incident , I never felt pain again. I could have knelt for 58 hours on that chapel floor and spit in the face of the priest and knelt 48 more. I just felt nothing. When I went to Vietnam and was captured and tortured, I felt no pain. I had learned to dissociate myself from my body and not feel pain. …I think the Star People understood me. They knew when the stress was becoming too much for me. That’s when they would come. I always went willingly not because I particularly liked them, but because I could get away from a more uncomfortable situation.”
• “[The Star People] taught me mind control and I learned to use it against them. In fact, they found my ability to use mind control quite interesting. Before I cooperated with them, I made them do things for me. We were in a prison camp. Very little food. I made [the Star People] bring me fruit. In boarding school they took away my meals a lot. In the prison camp, none of us got enough food, so I would insist that they get fruit for me. Oranges. Apples. Bananas. That’s when I learned that I could turn the tables on them. When I was able to suggest that I needed fruit and it appeared.”
• In return for fruit, I had to “[s]ubmit to their physical exams. Allow them to collect sperm and whatever samples they needed. [The Star people] did experiments on my eyes and nose. Exposed my eyes to various liquids, various degrees of light. They do not have eyes like ours or noses. I think they find our eyes curious. They took a lot of blood from me.”
• Dr. Clarke asked Russell, “[If the Star People] could come and get you, why didn’t they help you escape the (North Vietnamese) prison and return you to the reservation? After all, the military would have just thought you were missing in action.” “I could have chosen that route perhaps,” said Russell. “I never explored it. When you’re in a prison camp, there is a camaraderie that develops with survival. There is no way I could leave behind my buddies, and there was no way the Star People would have removed all of them to safety. They have some kind of principles about not interfering with lives if it will change the course of history. I don’t think that my life would have changed history, but there was one guy I was with that became a politician. Another became a CEO of a big company. So maybe removing them would have made them different people. I just somehow understood that was not an option and was not something I wanted. Just having them come to me was enough of a relief from being a prisoner. They made it manageable.”
• “I think [the Star People] are scientists exploring new worlds,” said Russell. “I saw them as good when they rescued me, but I saw an evil side, too. I saw them hurt people without teaching them how to control pain. They didn’t seem to care.” Russell saw them abduct many people, “but most when I was in the military, several times they would take everyone in our barracks. They even took our guns”… just to “examine them. They never kept them. When they returned us to the barracks, none of the guys had any memory of the event. I always thought that was strange. I mentioned it to one guy once and he asked me if I was trying to pretend insanity to get out of the service. He told me it wouldn’t work.”
Stories of the Star People are well documented in Native Canadian and Native American
lore, and in this article I will share a story, as I’ve done so many times before (see more examples here), from the work of Dr. Ardy Clarke, a Professor Emeritus at Montana State University who is Cherokee/Choctaw. She has been researching the Star People and collecting encounters between them and Native Indians for many years. She also grew up being told about the Star People from her family and elders.
She’s written multiple books documenting her research. This particular one is taken from her book, “Encounters With Star People, Untold Stories of American Indians.”
The story below comes from Clarke’s encounter with a manned named Russell. A Native Indian and a vietnam war veteran who grew up being abused at a religious boarding school.
The discussion between them began.
“It was at the boarding school. I was about seven years old.
Clarke then asked him to describe the star traveler.
“They were robot-like.
“How did they do that” Clarke asked.
“I don’t know. But after that first incident , I never felt pain again. I could have knelt for 58 hours on that chapel floor and spit in the face of the priest and kelt 48 more. I just felt nothing. When I went to Vietnam and was captured and tortured, I felt no pain. I had learned to dissociate myself from my body and not feel pain.”
“I think the Star People understood me. They knew when the stress was becoming too much for me. That’s when they would come. I always went willingly not because I particularly liked them, but because I could get away from a more uncomfortable situation.”
