Are Earth’s Oceans the Ultimate Destination for ‘Ultra-Terrestrial’ Space Visitors?

• According to Lue Elizondo, former head of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force, we may not be alone – and not just in the universe, but here on Earth. One area of speculation looks at whether these strange craft that are actually ‘ultra-terrestrials’, or some kind of Earth-based entity that is more advanced than we are that predates modern human civilization.

• It could be that we are being observed by these ultra-terrestrials using ‘probes’, or drones, which could account for a majority of benign sightings and encounters. Like naturalist Dian Fossey observing gorillas in the Virunga Mountains, we might be a curious and lesser developed version of primate to be observed, but not concerned about. Perhaps our inferior status made us irrelevant to their greater purpose – until the nuclear age.

• The ultra-terrestrials may have a direct connection to the ocean or water. Many UFO sightings in North America tend to happen around coastal areas or places like the Great Lakes Region. From equipment being sucked underwater by giant objects beneath the surface, to fast-moving objects entering and exiting water with seemingly no resistance, there are sightings over and under the water that defy our logic. The same goes with many military encounters not linked to nuclear weapons or facilities. Declassified US Navy videos have capture objects moving between air and water with no means of propulsion, avionics or heat signature. Traveling between air and water appears to be a common theme.

• USO’s (Unidentified Submersible Objects) seem to be another common oddity with no explanation. For decades, there have been reports of submarines encountering things travelling at seemingly impossible speeds at extreme depths underwater. Sonar operators have offered stories of strange readings similar to those of their surface companions monitoring radar. We know little about the bottom of the oceans, and sightings of strange crafts and glowing objects may go back centuries.

• Elizondo suggested the possibility that craft are coming from outside our planet and venturing to underwater bases on Earth. What does Earth have that makes it so unique that it draws other non-human intelligences to come here? Is it humans or some other entity that draws them here? Are these probes AI controlled? Might they produce synthetic entities that can pop-up upon their arrival from deep space? Could we be seeing a result of quantum science applied to time travel? Despite our best efforts and our most advanced technology, the picture remains as murky.

• A point of concern helping to fuel the push for the UAP Disclosure Report is the need to get everyone on the same national security page. In order to address the security issue, the Pentagon needs to create an environment where people feel comfortable coming forward with UFO/UAP reports. The data proves these are real. The Pentagon confirms they are real. Presidents confirm its real, and witness testimony and logic solidifies it. It’s just that we don’t know what it is we are seeing, or who is controlling them.

• Humans have gone from warring bi-pedal hominids to creatures with the power to end all life. You wouldn’t give a handgun to a chimpanzee and a sit across from it indefinitely. So imagine your violent-prone neighbor acquires the ability to obliterate your entire neighborhood over domestic squabbles about religious books. It doesn’t bode well for anyone.

• We are at a time when so much of our collective faith is challenged in ways we never have imagined. As the Vatican prepares to shepherd its followers through the coming uncertainty, it is becoming clear that we all must work to unify ourselves and bring humanity together. Because, as former President Reagan said to the UN, we must ask how quickly humanity will push petty differences aside in the face of an off-world existential threat.

 

Being a good neighbour is as much about doing the right thing, as it is about putting up with another person’s terrible, annoying habits you just have to live with. But, at some point, when things become untenable, it can force a confrontation.

According to Lue Elizondo, former head of the Pentagon’s UAP/(UFO) Task Force, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), there is a chance we are not alone. Not just in the universe, but maybe here on Earth. And we might even be the new kid on the block. As experts go step by step unravelling the evidence, some of the possible options that arise appear to be the most outrageous.

According to Elizondo, one area of speculation looks at whether these strange craft that are being reported are being controlled by something deemed ‘ultra-terrestrials’. Some kind of earth-based entity that is more advanced than we are and could predate modern human civilisation.

It might be that we are being observed by them using probes, or the more pedestrian sounding, drones, which could account for the majority of benign sightings and encounters. We may be seeing them, and vice versa. Perhaps our inferior status made us irrelevant to their greater purpose – until the nuclear age. But, as former US President Barak Obama agrees, these things are real, unidentified and likely not American. So what could they be? It might depend where they are from.

The entity may have some kind of direct connection to the ocean or water. Many of the UAP sightings in North America tends to happen around coastal areas or places like the Great Lakes Region, which are huge bodies of water. Many military encounters, not linked to nuclear weapons or facilities, seem to have a relative proximity to water.

We have evidence, from equipment being sucked underwater by giant objects beneath the surface, to fast-moving objects entering and exiting water with seemingly no resistance, there are sightings that defy our logic (the video of the USS Omaha incident and the Puerto Rico trans-medium bifurcating object are great examples). Traveling between the two mediums appears to be a common theme witnessed on many US military UAP encounters.

China Completes Another Part of Its Own Space Station

• On May 30th, the China Manned Space Agency’s Long March 7 rocket carried the Tianzhou-2 cargo spacecraft (pictured above) into orbit from the Wenchang island launch site (in Hainan province). The Tianzhou-2 then successfully docked with the Tianhe core module of China’s Tiangong space station. The Tiangong space station will be made of three modules, including the Tianhe “core”, the Tianzhou-2 and laboratories.

• Over the next two years, China will carry out eleven missions to complete the construction of the space station, and to bring astronauts and supplies up as well. The Tiangong space station is expected to be operational by 2022.

• The Tianzhou-2 carried up astronaut supplies including space suits and food, paving the way for China to launch astronauts to the space station. Shredded pork and kung pao chicken are among the food items transported to space, the Xinhua news agency reported.

• The Tiangong space station will rival the International Space Station, a co-operative effort between the United States, Russia, Europe, Japan, and Canada. China is not involved. Beijing has put a lot of emphasis on ambitious space projects. Last year, China completed its global navigation system called Beidou, a rival to the U.S. government-owned Global Positioning System (GPS). And an unmanned Chinese spacecraft landed successfully on Mars.

Military laboratories, government funded think-tanks, scientific advisory groups, and leading aerospace corporations collaborated in trying to understand the highly advanced alien technologies, but their combined efforts resulted in limited progress. This is because most of the retrieved craft were Trojan horses, insofar as the technologies were too advanced for Earth’s scientific community, thereby luring US policy makers into seeking extraterrestrial assistance.

Technological breakthroughs only occurred with the assistance of German scientists brought into the US through Operation Paperclip with links to a breakaway German colony in Antarctica, and with extraterrestrial entities found at crash sites willing to assist. There appeared to be two distinct alien factions willing to share their technology secrets with the US military. Eventually, several agreements were reached during the Eisenhower administration which made reverse engineering possible, and major aerospace companies were enlisted for projects that received the highest security classification possible. These covert reverse engineering efforts led to the development of advanced technologies used in multiple secret space programs underway today.

In the meantime, the US intelligence community initiated a sophisticated psychological warfare operation to hide these reverse engineering programs, the reality of extraterrestrial life, and the existence of a German space program out of Antarctica. Today, we are on the verge of an official disclosure initiative that is best described as a Limited Hangout designed to deceive and mislead the public. It will depict UFOs as an unknown national security threat, requiring massive military investments and further, instigate new levels of public fear through controlled media manipulation.

• Some believe that space aliens come from a different planet or dimension, and have either positive or sinister motives for being here. Some believe there are both benevolent and malevolent aliens interacting with us, each with their own agenda. Benevolent aliens are here to protect us from ourselves and from the malevolent aliens, and want to prepare us for when they choose to reveal their existence. On the other hand, malevolent aliens are here to do everything from experiment on us, harvest us, and eventually subjugate the planet for their uses. But what if the conventional narrative about space aliens is wrong?

• What if everything we’ve heard about aliens is wrong? What if aliens are actually demons (aka fallen angels) who are here as some sort of satanic con game? Some Christians posit that aliens exist, but they are actually demons disguising themselves to take humanity’s attention from God, with the long-term goal of preparing the way for the rise of the Antichrist.

• One theory is that aliens will come forth once the Christians disappear from the planet with the foretold Biblical ‘Rapture’. • In the 2017 film “A Space Between Us”, actor Asa Butterfield plays the first human being born outside of Earth – on Mars actually – after his astronaut mother dies in childbirth on the first manned mission to the red planet. In real life, the last manned trip to the Moon was back in the 1970s. Today, humans are once again poised to return to our lunar satellite, and beyond. NASA’s Artemis missions propose the construction of settlements on the Moon. But there are currently rules to prevent space pregnancies from happening. So when might we see the first off-world birth of a human baby?

• Chris Impey, a professor of astronomy at the University of Arizona, says for those first extraterrestrial babies to be born, it is first important to know how the effects of cosmic radiation and low gravity might affect male and female reproductivity, gestation, childbirth and the ultimate health of the mother and the newborn. Professor Impey considers off-planet human births to be plausible, but he thinks it will take about 20 years before it can be done safely. So far, reproductive experiments have been carried out only with animals.

• In 1979, a group of Russian scientists launched a group of male and female rats into space and allowed them to copulate freely for 18 days. While no rat baby was born, it was found that the females had indeed ovulated and that two of them had become pregnant, but were aborted.

• In 2017, instead of launching animals into space to procreate, female mice were inseminated with mouse sperm that had been on the International Space Station for 288 days. While the genetic material was slightly damaged, pregnancy was achieved at a rate similar to that obtained with sperm samples that remained that same length of time on Earth. A year later, NASA launched a sample of human semen into space to analyze how the space environment might affect the sperm. No female has been inseminated with the sample sperm, but even if it were so, they would be born on Earth – not in space.

• So far, no human couple has had sex in space (that is known) and no pregnant woman has embarked on a space trip. But in 1991, two NASA astronauts (Mark Lee and Jan Davis) were married but kept it a secret because of an unwritten rule prohibiting married astronauts from traveling in space together. It was feared that engaging in sexual intercourse could endanger their health. When their secret came to light, the unwritten rule ended up being written. It is assumed that no one has had sexual intercourse in the International Space Station – or anywhere else outside of Earth.

• However, by 2027 a Dutch startup called SpaceLife Origin plans to open a luxury hotel orbiting the Earth in space. It will accommodate 280 clients and 112 crew members, and perhaps it could become the idyllic destination for a couple in love. This same company wants to send a pregnant woman 400 kilometers from Earth as a reproductive experiment. At this distance, it is still not too far for conditions to be very inhospitable, but it is far enough to give birth to the first extraterrestrial human. Of course, there are both ethical and medical impediments to overcome, and SpaceLife Origin has not made firm plans for the endeavor.

 

Almost 50 years have passed since the last manned trip to the moon. Since then, many people

have wondered why humans did not set foot on our satellite again. The reality is that during all this time they have been numerous space travel, aimed at getting to know the terrain better and making future missions safer for their protagonists. Now, with much already gained in that regard, the return of humans to the moon or even the first manned trip to mars, begin to materialize as a reality. Therefore, it is not surprising that we also begin to ask ourselves new questions. Like, for example, when will the first alien babies?

It sounds like science fiction, but since Neil Armstrong’s first step on selenite terrain we have seen more than enough the arguments of the Jules Verne novels they also come true.

Some projects, such as Artemis missions, from NASA, already propose the construction of settlements on the Moon for the future. It would be a matter of time before, if humans want to thrive there, the first babies are born. What is not clear is when that will happen. Although, with the data in hand, some speculations can be made, such as those recently narrated in The Conversation by the professor of Astronomy at the University of Arizona Chris Impey.

For those first extraterrestrial babies to be born, it is first important to know how it would affect the extreme environment of space, both to male and female reproductivity, as well as to gestation, childbirth and the health of the mother and the newborn.

• In 1966, three “flying saucers” were spotted by students and teachers hovering over Westall High School in Melbourne, Australia. “I saw a craft – a mechanical object intelligently controlled hovering above me,” said Westall teacher, Andrew Greenwood in a 7NEWS Spotlight documentary. (see video below) Although Australian airforce and army personnel cordoned off the area from the public, Greenwood and others managed to sneak in again. “[We saw a] circular area, like the trampled grass,” he said. “And there were guards around it and there were people in there with equipment.”

• Greenwood changed his attitude after he was visited by two men “claiming to be government officials”. The visitors – “one in plain clothes, and the other one, senior air force” – advised him to keep quiet about the UFO sighting. “Absolutely, I was threatened. I was told that I should not say anything about it,” Greenwood said. “When I tried to explain to them that they weren’t there, I was and I knew what I saw, well, the first suggestion was that you’d be ill advised to go on saying that because clearly you were drunk on duty and will have to be reported to the education department and of course you will lose your job.”

• Greenwood pointed out how eyewitnesses to the incident were “very certain about what they saw,” even after so many years have passed. “It just beggars belief for me in Australia we’ve never had an official investigation (of the Westall UFO incident). And flatly I think there has been a cover-up, I really do,” he remarked. “I think someone has buried the Department of Supply report which I know exists.”

Melbourne, says he was threatened by government officials after claiming he saw a UFO back in 1966, the Daily Mail reports.

During the incident in question, a cigar-shaped “flying saucer” object was apparently spotted hovering in the vicinity of the school and above the nearby Grange Reserve by students, teachers and Clayton South residents.

“I saw a craft. A mechanical object intelligently controlled hovering above me,” Greenwood said in a 7NEWS Spotlight documentary.

Greenwood and several others allegedly managed to sneak in.

However, even though he told reporters about the incident, Greenwood changed his attitude after he was visited by two men “claiming to be government officials,” as the newspaper put it.

“Absolutely, I was threatened. • Following reports of a UFO crash at Roswell, New Mexico, a resulting “alien autopsy” by the U.S. government was said to have been captured on film in 1947 of a creature that died in the crash. In the autopsy footage, a lifeless humanoid figure lies on a table. A gaping wound can be seen on its right leg. It has a rounded trunk and belly, bulbous, dark eyes and a hairless head that’s much larger than the average human skull. Figures clad head-to-toe in white protective suits circle the “corpse” and perform a methodical dissection.

• Rumors about a UFO in Roswell began to circulate in 1947, after a US Army public information officer issued a press release describing a crashed “flying saucer” from Roswell that was now in the army’s possession. In 1995, a documentary that aired on Fox Television under the title “Alien Autopsy: Fact or Fiction” introduced TV viewers to the postmortem footage of this UFO’s extraterrestrial occupant.

• A picture is worth a thousand words, but is a single frame of 16-mm film worth $1 million? That’s the opening bid for a negative frame of black-and-white movie footage from 1947, allegedly showing an extraterrestrial corpse on a medical examiner’s table. • Ray Santilli, a British record and film producer, owned the footage. Santilli says that he acquired the film in 1992 from a retired U.S. military cameraman, during a search for archival footage for a documentary about Elvis Presley. Though Santilli argued that the film was genuine, skeptics disagreed. Their suspicions were seemingly validated in 2006, when a sculptor and special-effects designer named John Humphreys claimed that not only had he crafted the alien in the autopsy footage, he had also appeared in the film as one of the pathologists. Another self-identified participant in the hoax came forward in 2017. Filmmaker Spyros Melaris said that he had shot the footage in his London apartment using a model filled with animal organs.

• Then in 2019, a 2001 memo was “leaked” from the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), a now-defunct private organization for researching the paranormal and UFOs. Allegedly written by NIDS physicist Eric Davis, the memo stated that a former CIA scientist named Kit Green evaluated evidence from “the Roswell Incident Alien Autopsy”, and said that “the Alien Autopsy film/video is real, the alien cadaver is real”.

• On May 27, bidding for the NFT of the autopsy film frame was underway at Rarible, an online marketplace specializing in NFTs, when the auction was derailed by a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack — a flood of internet traffic that overwhelms a site. The listing crashed minutes before it was scheduled to conclude. A new listing is now in place, and bidding will continue until May 30. The frame comes from an infamous and very implausible “alien autopsy” said to have been captured on film in 1947, following reports of a UFO crash at Roswell, New Mexico. Lore surrounding the crash claimed that the made-for-a-movie creature was aboard the UFO and died in the crash; it was then dissected in secrecy by the U.S. government, the tale goes, according to a statement about the auction.

And now, one frame of the autopsy film is up for auction as a non-fungible token, or NFT, which means that the highest bidder will acquire a string of unique code that verifies the film frame’s authenticity. The winner will also receive an actual physical frame of the autopsy film, according to the auction listing.

DoD Agencies to Invest Over $1 Billion in Low-Earth Orbit Space Technologies

• According to budget documents released May 28th, of the $1.2 billion defense budget proposed by the Biden administration for fiscal year 2022, $936.7 million is earmarked for the Space Development Agency’s communications network in Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) known as the ‘Transport Layer’. The Missile Defense Agency is seeking about $292.8 million for space sensors, and the DARPA is requesting $42 million to deploy experimental satellites in LEO under the Blackjack program.

• These agencies report to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and are not part of Space Force, which has its own budget for research, development and procurement of new systems. But many of the LEO technologies developed by SDA, MDA and DARPA are expected to transition into larger Space Force programs.

• Of the $936.7 million for the Space Development Agency, $808.8 million goes for research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E), $53.8 million for operations and maintenance, and $74 million for procurement. This is a $600 million increase from 2021 and is the first time that SDA gets a separate funding line for procurement. With this budget, the SDA can move ahead with a demonstration of SDA’s first 28 satellites in the Transport Layer in 2022. This will be followed by the procurement of up to 150 Transport Layer satellites to launch in 2024.

• The $292.8 million for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) includes funding to allow hypersonic and ballistic tracking space sensor payloads to be launched to a low orbit in fiscal year 2023 as well as ground systems. This data would be used to track the trajectory of a maneuvering hypersonic missile so it can be intercepted. Two existing missile-tracking satellites in LEO that were launched in 2009 will be taken out of service. The MDA is also requesting $32 million for the Spacebased Kill Assessment (SKA) project, which uses a network of infrared satellite sensors to assess the performance of MDA’s interceptors.

• DARPA (the Defense Advanced research Projects Agency) is requesting $42 million to continue the Blackjack project to demonstrate the military utility of small satellites in LEO to provide communications, missile warning and navigation. Since 2018, the agency has awarded contracts to multiple vendors for satellite buses, payloads and an autonomous computing system to operate the constellation. DARPA wants to deploy as many as 20 satellites to demonstrate that a common satellite bus (launch) can be flown with different payloads and that a constellation can be operated autonomously.

The agency’s large spending boost was expected for 2022 as SDA prepares to launch the first batch of its Transport Layer satellites and moves ahead with the procurement of up to 150 satellites that would launch in 2024.

The 2022 request funds the demonstration of SDA’s first 28 satellites — 20 Transport Layer Tranche 0 satellites and eight wide-field-of-view space sensors to detect and track ballistic and hypersonic missiles known as Tracking Layer Tranche 0.

Is the 4th Reich’s Dark Fleet abandoning Antarctica?

According to Elena Danaan, a former professional French archeologist who claims to be a contactee with the ‘Galactic Federation of Worlds’, an exodus of a German 4th Reich controlled “Dark Fleet” is currently underway that is creating a power vacuum that different nations are trying to fill by building bases in Antarctica. Her information comes from an extraterrestrial from the Taygeta star system in the Pleiades she identifies as ‘Thor Han’, and a current resident at the US McMurdo base who goes by the name ‘Frank’, and whose last name I will keep private.

On June 6, Elena received an email from Frank informing her of an unusually high number of people entering and leaving Antarctica through McMurdo, which is the largest base in Antarctica, and maintains a year-round shipping port through which transport ships arrive with personnel and supplies bound for the US and other national bases.

This is what Frank told Elena in an email that was later forwarded to me:

I want to let you know that the Chinese have 5 bases here already and are setting up 4 more immediately during the absolute worst time of year. There are Chinese everywhere down here and up until a month ago I never saw even one.

Also of note, now Turkey has been sending in troops independently and so are quite a few other countries from Africa & South America all of them want to set up bases here and are bringing in the infrastructure to do so.

Everybody seems to want to get in on whatever is down here as soon as possible to not be left out. I am more certain than ever now that the mad rush is because there is definitely something here. I noticed more and more German speaking people coming through as well. Numbers have always decreased in the winter time down here not increased.

What immediately got Frank’s attention was that a significant number of the personnel leaving Antarctica were German-speaking and they were bound for South America—Argentina in particular. This struck Frank as highly unusual given what Elena and others had said about a German-controlled Dark Fleet in Antarctica that was in an escalating military conflict with an ‘Earth Alliance’ and the Galactic Federation.

Elena passed on to me Frank’s information and contact details, and then communicated with her primary extraterrestrial contact, Thor Han, asking him what was happening in Antarctica. This is her summary of what followed:

I straight away informed Michael Salla and I put them both in contact. On that same evening, I requested a contact with Thor Han, picking his thoughts about this news. Thor Han confirmed that as a consequence of the Dark Fleet being harshly hit by the Alliance and the Federation, the German (4th Reich) presence in Antarctica is abandoning their outpost. He told me that there was an exodus going on, towards colonies out of this solar system, through a portal (jump door as he calls it). He said that the Reptilians based in Antarctica were leaving too.

Thor Han said that some very secret groups in some governments know about the existence of such a portal in the South Pole (and now they want it of course), used to escape to other colonies such as Aldebaran, but he said that even Aldebaran, since they became recently the main Dark Fleet headquarters, is cutting apart from the Antarctica group. Thor Han said that it is in their mentality to cut an “infected limb”. There are now formidable resources down there, to be taken, if all these baddies are leaving…

It should be pointed out that Aldebaran was the original stellar location from which Maria Orsic made contact with human-looking ‘Nordic’ extraterrestrials in the early 1920s. As a result of these communications, the first Vril space-time devices were built that could transport personnel to Aldebaran.

After Hitler came to power in 1933 and coopted the Vril space program, he reached agreements with Draco Reptilian extraterrestrials, and the Nazi SS began building weaponized flying saucer craft for the war effort. Meanwhile, the most advanced aspects of the Vril and Haunebu space programs were relocated to Antarctica to continue developing interplanetary and interstellar craft.

Consequently, it should come as no great surprise that the Dark Fleet today has a major base in the Aldebaran star system, in addition to bases in our solar system such as Mars and the planetoid Ceres. This is especially if there is a portal from Antarctica to a planet in the Aldebaran star system.

Elena continued her summary of her June 6 communication with Frank as follows:

Of course, I asked Frank this crucial question: as he mentioned noticing an increased presence of German-speaking people at McMurdo, did he think they could come from inland Antarctica, in the intent to leave the continent. If this was verified, it would make tremendous sense. I believe only the high grades are authorized to leave through the portal, and the population of this breakaway civilization had no other option than to leave by regular boats and planes.

And the fact that everyone wants a part of the cake, now that the baddies are fleeing away, could also explain the sudden rush of all these countries to Antarctica. Thor Han also said that the Earth Alliance had been sending military troops to the South Pole since a while now, to help kick the baddies out, and this confirmed also that my friend had noticed these last months a growing activity of US soldiers going to the South Pole.

If Elena’s information is correct that the Dark Fleet is conducting an exodus out of Antarctica, then it would not be a great surprise that German-speaking workers would be among the first to leave. Presumably, senior scientific personnel would leave through spacecraft and portals—as Elena described—and low-level scientific and maintenance personnel would leave via conventional means such as transport ships out of McMurdo. This apparently was what Frank was witnessing just as the Antarctic winter was beginning.

On June 8, Frank emailed both Elena and I and wrote:

[A]lthough many foreign countries are pouring in here right now Elena was correct these German folks are all leaving. I want to ask them if they plan to return in the spring but most of them won’t even talk to me about anything and carry themselves like I am not good enough to talk to them. Very cold personalities and if they speak English, they won’t around me. But I do not see any Germans coming in through McMurdo just leaving.

This is how Elena summarized her communications from Frank in response to Thor Han’s message:

We received another message from Frank saying that Thor Han was right, the Germans were all arriving from inland Antarctica and leaving the continent on boats to South America. They were very secretive and wouldn’t talk to anyone. This was really happening… The Dark Fleet was being hammered by the Earth Alliance and the Galactic Federation, on Earth, Mars and in this star system, and the Antarctica exodus was the very proof that all of this was real.

In previous articles and interviews, I have discussed Elena’s information about the Galactic Federation of Worlds viewing the Earth, Moon and Mars as the epicenters of a future galactic tyranny, and subsequently wanting to liberate their respective populations from negative extraterrestrial influences.

In subsequent updates, Frank has confirmed that the German-speaking people leaving Antarctica were being shipped out to Argentina, and they continued being very secretive about their movement.

My own research on the German breakaway civilization in Antarctica—based on information provided by Corey Goode, Dr. Pete Peterson, William Tompkins, Vladimir Terziski, and others—has shown that a significant German 4th Reich presence was established during World War II, and has been maintained through subsequent agreements with the US and other major nations.

I provide the details on these historic processes, agreements and events in my 2018 book, Antarctica’s Hidden History: Corporate Foundations of Secret Space Programs. More recently, in May 2021, I updated my information about the Dark Fleet’s history in a four-hour webinar that is now available on Vimeo.

The multinational Antarctic Treaty (1961) was, in fact, a cover for the pacification of Antarctica in order to protect the German breakaway colony from any future military attacks similar to the failed Operation Highjump (1946/1947) and Operation Taberlan (1944-1946) missions launched by the US and United Kingdom.

In the subsequent decades, the German Antarctica bases were greatly expanded with an influx of personnel and resources from the US and other countries that developed very large industrial manufacturing facilities for spacecraft that would be supplied to the “Dark Fleet”, a large corporate-run program Goode called the “Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate” (ICC), and a multinational civilian scientific space program that more recent insiders such as Spartan 1 and 2—interviewed by Linda Moulton Howe—have revealed exists in Antarctica and is run out the National Security Agency (NSA) headquarters in Fort Mead, Maryland.

Unfortunately, many of these 4th Reich/Dark Fleet facilities used slave labor in clear violation of the Antarctic Treaty, which Goode was the first to reveal back in October 2017. In fact, he says that he was briefed about an earlier attempted exodus in May 2016 that was neutralized by a fleet of unknown advanced spacecraft, presumably belonging to the Earth Alliance that battled Dark Fleet/ICC vessels over Antarctica.

It is, therefore, very possible that the German-speaking workers that Frank saw leaving McMurdo in early June 2021 were evacuating the Dark Fleet bases due to recent setbacks. Indeed, their secretive behavior, according to Frank, suggests they were leaving highly classified bases hidden somewhere in the huge Antarctica continent.

In addition to Frank’s information, is there any other corroboration for Elena’s remarkable revelations of the Dark Fleet leaving Antarctica? There are two distinct bodies of circumstantial evidence that support such an exodus is indeed taking place.

The first is exposure of the Deep State effort to rig the 2020 US Federal elections so as to implement their New World Order, which would have enabled Dark Fleet operations to continue out of Antarctica indefinitely. The 4th Reich’s interest in the US presidency and its importance for continued Dark Fleet operations was all but openly revealed when President Obama’s then Secretary of State, John Kerry, visited Antarctica at the height of the November 2016 Presidential election.

It has become clear given subsequent events that Kerry’s real purpose was to brief the 4th Reich about Trump’s looming presidency, and outline the Deep State’s master plan to neutralize and eventually remove Trump from power. Consequently, the 4th Reich was a key element in the Deep State orchestrated coup to remove President Donald Trump from power through a rigged election.

The forensic election audit currently taking place in Maricopa County is expected to confirm that widespread election fraud did take place. This will spark further forensic audits in other US counties and states, which will reveal the full extent of what had occurred.

The scale of the US election fraud will not only shock the global public and lead to quick restoration of a Trump administration, but will spark multiple criminal prosecutions of Deep State figures from around the world complicit in the botched election rigging effort.

The looming prosecutions will further identify the COVID-19 pandemic as a key element in the failed coup attempt. Deep State figures in the scientific, political and mainstream media that were involved in creating and perpetuating the pandemic hoax are similarly expected to be exposed and prosecuted. This will only compound the fallout for the 4th Reich once it is determined that it was involved in staging the COVID-19 pandemic as part of a plan to remove Trump.

The second political process that is occurring, which Frank identified in the first email cited above, is the recent influx of countries such as China and Turkey into Antarctica. What was very strange was that this was occurring right now, during the onset of winter, the worst time of year. Only a month earlier, there were few Chinese seen at McMurdo, according to Frank, now they were everywhere. Recent mainstream media stories do confirm that both China and Turkey are building new bases in Antarctica, with China aiming to become the dominant presence there.

The sudden influx of personal and resources into Antarctica during the start of the winter months does point to the different countries trying to fill a newly created power vacuum. It would make sense that the 4th Reich is turning over its Dark Fleet assets in Antarctica to countries that are most sympathetic to its political agenda and activities: China, Turkey, and countries from South America and Africa would be suitable candidates.

The information from Frank about events that are currently unfolding in Antarctica is highly unusual and significant. It corroborates the much more startling information from Elena Danaan about a Dark Fleet exodus currently underway in Antarctica. Consequently, my confidence in the accuracy of Elena’s information from her Galactic Federation of Worlds contact, Thor Han, has been enhanced from what I have learned from Frank. I will seek further independent corroboration for this incredible information and report on it when it becomes available.

• Luis “Lue” Elizondo ran AATIP Pentagon UFO investigation program for a number of years before retiring in 2017 and taking his fight for an end to government UFO secrecy to the public. Throughout this process, however, his history with the Pentagon has been shrouded in secrecy and conflicting stories. Pentagon spokeswoman Susan Gough has repeatedly stated that Lue had “no assigned responsibilities” related to AATIP or anything to do with UAPs/UFOs. Meanwhile, former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has vouched for Elizondo’s role as the director of the Pentagon program.

• One of the most dogged researchers of government documents via the FOIA process, John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault, has been seeking answers that are few and far between. For years, Greenewald has been submitting FOIA requests seeking some of Elizondo’s old emails from his time at the Pentagon. Greenewald was repeatedly told that there were no records responsive to his request. Finally, he learned why could be no such emails – they had all been deleted.

• A responsive letter to Greenewald read: “After thorough searches of the electronic records and files of OUSD (I&S), no records of the kind you described be identified. Please note that e-mails of former Department of Defense (DoD) employees are not retained unless they are considered historical records and retained by the National Records Center. There are currently no existing e-mail accounts for Mr. Elizondo.”

• Now, two months after this responsive letter, the DoD has confirmed that all of the email records of a man who spent his career working on some of the most sensitive programs and operations in the entire government – a lot more than just the AATIP UFO program – were scrubbed by the Pentagon. Beyond confirmation of that, the DoD offers no official statement explaining or expanding on the situation.

• According to DoD protocol, even if Elizondo had been a DoD employee responsible for nothing more critical than tracking the maintenance of the copy machines at the Pentagon, his emails should have been kept for seven years before being destroyed. He retired only four years ago. Department emails of anyone that might be considered of “historic” significance should never be destroyed, but instead transferred to the National Records Center. Not only was Elizondo in charge of a secret UFO program, the office he worked out of dealt with matters as significant as the trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), the 9/11 mastermind.

• How in the world could Elizondo’s emails not be considered of historic significance? This is a smoking gun of a government cover-up although much of this story is still flying under the MSM radar. Does this have anything to do with the imminent Inspector General’s Office investigation of the DoD and what they’re doing in terms of UAP investigations?

• Inadvertent admissions Greenewald received from the Pentagon indicate that the email accounts were not scrubbed until sometime after he retired in 2017. So when did they do it? Who at the Pentagon has been trying to sully Elizondo’s reputation? Is Susan Gough tasked with more than just fielding questions from reporters? Is any of this legal? Will anyone go to jail? Hang on to your hats because this is going to sound like something out of a Tom Clancy movie, but it’s absolutely real. If you’ve followed our coverage of the Pentagon’s secret UFO study program (AATIP) and the anticipated June 25th release to the Senate Select Intelligence and Armed Forces Committees from the UAP Task Force (unidentified aerial phenomena), you are already familiar with the name of Lue Elizondo. He ran AATIP for a number of years before retiring in 2017 and taking his fight for an end to government secrecy on the subject of UFOs to the public. That fight continues to this day.

All through this process, however, his history with the Pentagon has been shrouded in secrecy and conflicting stories that journalists have struggled to sort out. While officials no less high ranking than former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid have vouched for Elizondo’s role as the director of the program and his extensive history working for our nation in counterintelligence, the Pentagon has appeared to try to discredit him. researchers of government documents via the FOIA process, John Greenewald jr. of The Black Vault, has been seeking answers ever since Elizondo’s name first popped up on the media’s radar. But answers were few and far between. This weekend we learned why and the reasons were shocking to even the most seasoned reporters covering the United States government and our military.

Greenewald had been submitting FOIA requests for years seeking some of Elizondo’s old emails from his time at the Pentagon, requesting any documents mentioning keywords, acronyms and phrases such as unidentified, AATIP, and AAWSAP (the program preceding AATIP), among many others. Each time the answer was the same. John didn’t receive heavily redacted documents lacking in interesting information as you might expect. He was told that there were no records responsive to his request. But this year he finally pried an answer from the Pentagon as to how there could be no such records. He wasn’t getting any of Elizondo’s emails because no such emails existed. They had been deleted. But as shocking as that sounds (and it is), there is much more to the story

“After thorough searches of the electronic records and files of OUSD (I&S), no records of the kind you described [Elizondo e-mails containing the word “unidentified”] could be identified. Please note that e-mails of former Department of Defense (DoD) employees are not retained unless they are considered historical records and retained by the National Records Center. There are currently no existing e-mail accounts for Mr. Elizondo. We believe that search methods were appropriate and could reasonably be expected to produce the requested records if they existed.”

Essentially saying the records were destroyed, The Black Vault reached out to clarify. The DoD has now confirmed nearly two months after they wrote the letter, that their final determination does equate to Elizondo’s emails being destroyed with no backup available. Beyond confirmation of that, they offer no official statement explaining or expanding on the situation.

What is unclear, is whether or not the deletion of these electronic records was authorized by protocol. To delete records such as these, set procedures followed by the agency called “record retention schedules” need to have certain prerequisites met in order to delete or destroy files.

• Luis Elizondo, the CIA spook – turned – Pentagon UFO investigator, has lodged a complaint with the Department of Defense’s Inspector General’s office claiming malicious activities, professional misconduct and other offenses at the agency. Politico learned that Elizondo’s legal team said he would be meeting with IG investigators in June. [ED: And apparently Steven Greer’s consigliere, Daniel Sheehan, is providing Elizondo’s legal representation. See several videos below.]

• Once a fringe talking point, UFOs are evolving far beyond science fiction to be viewed as real phenomena that could pose a national security threat. “I want us to take it seriously and have a process to take it seriously,” Senator Marco Rubio told 60 Minutes.

• In the complaint, Elizondo also accused the defense department’s press arm of trying to discredit him through misleading comments. “Several internet bloggers were notified … that I had no duties regarding AATIP and that AATIP did not involve the study of UAPs,” Elizondo wrote. “As a result, the bloggers began to disseminate reporting, accusing me of being a fabricator.”

• Elizondo said one senior-level official went so far as to threaten to tell people he was crazy, potentially jeopardizing his security clearance. “I responded … by telling him that he can take any action he thinks is prudently necessary, but that I was not mentally impaired, nor have I ever violated my security oath,” Elizondo wrote, adding he feared retribution by the official.

• Since retiring from the Pentagon, Elizondo has called for more government interest and resources around understanding UFOs. “Leadership involvement was almost non-existent,” he said, even as “UAP reporting to our office was increasing”. “I became alarmed by the frequency and duration of UAP activity in and around controlled US airspace,” he wrote in the complaint. “The instances seemed more provocative, and during one instance, they came within feet of a US fighter aircraft.”

• Ron Watkins is credited with actively facilitating the rise of QAnon. He was the administrator on the QAnon 8chan forum, and was even suspected of being Q himself. Now Watkins is channeling his expertise into creating a WikiLeaks-like website called ‘AlienLeaks’. The idea is that people will have a place to anonymously send documents and information about extraterrestrial activity where it can be made public.

• Speaking on the podcast, Alien Agenda, Watkins said: “The AlienLeaks project is going to be an anonymous dropbox for anybody to send documents to. It’s inspired by WikiLeaks and the work Julian Assange did with government accountability. But instead of focusing on government accountability, the goal of AlienLeaks is to focus on extraterrestrial disclosure including topics related to alien technology, alien biology, communications with aliens.” Watkins added: “I’m sure there’s people around the world sitting on troves of documents.”

• “With humanity on the brink of alien disclosure, do you really trust the government to tell you the whole truth?” Watkins posted. He has also set up a Telegram channel associated with AlienLeaks, claiming: “The government is currently gearing up for some kind of soft alien disclosure. [This] will only be the tip of the iceberg. A brave scientist, researcher, or specialist may just step forward to leak documents that show us the full iceberg.”

A QAnon promoter in the US is setting up a WikiLeaks website all about aliens, called AlienLeaks.

Ron Watkins was reportedly a major force in pushing the QAnon conspiracy and is credited with actively facilitating the rise of it in the US. He was also accused of being the elusive Q character in a documentary series that aired earlier this year. He also used to be the administrator of the controversial forum 8chan which has known right-wing links.

Now, his interest in aliens has led him to set up a website made for sharing information about aliens.

Watkins wants people to send him documents and information about extraterrestrial activity so he can publicly leak it on his forthcoming website, AlienLeaks.

• Newly released documents from the CIA and the FBI point to a clear preoccupation with Monroe. There are about 200 pages of declassified FBI files on Monroe specifically. Interestingly, these reports – overseen by J. Edgar Hoover – also detail Monroe’s romantic relationship with Robert Kennedy, complete with hush-hush meetings and hotel parties. Of course, Bobby Kennedy was eventually murdered as well. The star journalist and acquaintance of Monroe, Dorothy Kilgallen, also died of a barbiturates overdose in 1965 after interviewing Jack Ruby and others involved with the JFK assassination and Warren Commission.

• One of the declassified CIA documents is called “A Study of Assassination”, written around the time of Monroe’s death. Redfern writes: “One of the most fascinating parts of this document is a reference finding, if you need to kill someone, get them in a vulnerable situation, maybe ply them with alcohol and drugs, and make it look like a very tragic, sad suicide. And it almost mirrors the final hours of Marilyn herself. It’s very, very similar. It’s like looking in a mirror. And you read that it really is difficult not to believe that the documents and Marilyn’s death were part and parcel of one.”

• Considering the CIA’s apparent interest in unconventional assassination tactics, it’s entirely possible that Monroe was ‘helped’ toward her suicidal state. Speaking to George Knapp in an interview for Mystery Wire, Redfern pointed out that, “The big question is, was it a suicide or was it almost like an allowed suicide? • On May 28th, the Pentagon unveiled details of Administrator Biden’s funding request for the coming 2022 fiscal year that begins on October 1st. Biden is asking Congress to approve $6 trillion in federal spending. The defense budget proposal for 2022 is $715 billion. $17.4 billion of that amount earmarked for the US Space Force, which is $2.2 billion more than what Congress enacted in 2021. Space Force accounts for about 2.5% of total Defense Department spending.

• Much of the $2.2 billion in additional funding to Space Force was transferred from the Air Force, Navy and Army, to be used for new investments in space systems. “Competitors like China and Russia are challenging America’s advantage in space by aggressively developing offensive weapons to deny or destroy U.S. space capabilities in conflict,” the Pentagon said. The Space Force budget “funds capabilities for the contested domain of space”.

• The $17.4 billion request for the Space Force excludes $930 million for personnel costs that are funded in the Air Force’s budget. The Space Force is expected to grow by about 2,000 people in 2022. The budget funds 12,000 personnel in 2022, including 8,400 active-duty military.

• $3.4 billion of the Space Force’s budget will go toward operations: the organization of Space Force headquarters and field commands, doctrine development and professional military education. $20 million will go toward the establishment of a National Space Intelligence Center. The budget proposal increases Space Force funding for research and development from $10.5 billion last year to $11.3 billion. Procurement also grows from $2.3 billion to $2.8 billion in 2022.

• Funding for the National Security Space Launch program includes $1.4 billion for five missions, compared to $1 billion for three missions in 2021. There is also $239 million for launch-related research and development. The five missions planned for 2022 will be split between United Launch Alliance and SpaceX.

• The Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate has opened a $12.8 million Space Warfighting Operations Research and Development (SWORD) laboratory at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico. The SWORD lab will track objects in orbit, support satellite cybersecurity, and develop autonomous capabilities to help space vehicles avoid each other and space debris.

• “One of the reasons we stood up the US Space Force was to ensure our nation has the capabilities to deter any threats in space,” said Col. Eric Felt, the head of AFRL’s Space Vehicles Directorate. “Our job in the SWORD lab will be to continue to develop resilient and innovative technologies that will protect our nation and allies from threats by our adversaries. Recognizing that space is an emerging domain for warfighting, we want to make sure there is never a war in space.”

• The 26,000-square-foot facility that will serve as the home of 65 personnel from AFRL’s Space Control Branch. “This is a laboratory for the nation, for AFRL and the Air and Space Forces where new partnerships will be enabled,” Felt said. “We want to bring people together to ensure we will continue to deliver innovation to the nation.”

• The new facility continues AFRL’s development of new infrastructure at Kirtland Air Force Base dedicated to space. In October 2020, AFRL opened the $4 million Deployable Structures Laboratory, or DeSel, to host the Spacecraft Component Technology Center of Excellence, which develops materials for new deployable space structures.

The $12.8 million Space Warfighting Operations Research and Development, or SWORD, lab will be used to track objects on orbit, advance satellite cybersecurity, and develop autonomous capabilities to help space vehicles avoid each other and space debris, Col. Eric Felt, the head of AFRL’s Space Vehicles Directorate, said in an announcement Tuesday.

“One of the reasons we stood up the U.S. Space Force was to ensure our nation has the capabilities to deter any threats in space,” Felt said. “Our job in the SWORD lab will be to continue to develop resilient and innovative technologies that will protect our nation and allies from threats by our adversaries. Recognizing that space is an emerging domain for warfighting, we want to make sure there is never a war in space.”

The 26,000-square-foot facility that will serve as the home of 65 personnel from AFRL’s Space Control Branch.

“This is a laboratory for the nation, for AFRL and the Air and Space Forces where new partnerships will be enabled,” Felt said. “We want to bring people together to ensure we will continue to deliver innovation to the nation.”

The new facility continues AFRL’s development of new infrastructure at Kirtland Air Force Base dedicated to space. In October 2020, AFRL opened the Deployable Structures Laboratory, or DeSel. That $4 million lab hosts the Spacecraft Component Technology Center of Excellence to develop materials for new deployable space structures.

• Chris Hadfield (pictured above), the first Canadian commander of the International Space Station, was a guest on the Canadian-based ‘Cross Country Checkup’ radio show as part of the program’s regular ‘Ask Me Anything’ series, and answered questions from listeners about Mars, UFOs and our responsibility as humans in space.

• One caller asked: “Why are we trying to land on Mars?” Hadfield responded, “Well, I think the fundamental question is that Mars was a lot like Earth four billion years ago when life first formed on Earth. So if it happened here, did [life] happen there? [I]t will be evident somewhere in the geologic record.” Rovers are currently traversing Mars, conducting research and taking samples from the ground. If a rover finds one fossil, “we will know we’re not alone in the universe.” China’s space agency is the latest to land a rover on Mars. On May 19th, the Zhurong rover took its first drive on the planet’s surface.

• Ed Camelot in Edmonton asked, “what’s in it” for the Red Planet? If there is life on Mars, whether fossilized or primitive, Hadfield said it’s important to consider what it would mean for us on Earth, and what responsibilities we have. The 1967 United Nations Outer Space Treaty offers “fundamental building blocks of the legal system” for space-faring nations. That treaty is a basic framework on international space law, according to the UN, and outlines key principles, including that space exploration should be in the interest of all countries, and that states should avoid harmful contamination of outer space and celestial bodies.

• “We’re very careful with everything we’ve sent so far to Mars to make it — to the absolute best of our ability — to make it sterile so that it won’t inadvertently bring life to Mars or react if there is some sort of primitive life on Mars,” Hadfield said. “If there was intelligent life or advanced life, we would treat it even more thoughtfully and more differently.”

• Hadfield was then asked whether he would ever consider a “one-way trip” to Mars. He said he would happily help with development of technology to enable Earthlings to live somewhere like Mars or the Moon. “[B]ut my question would be: what ship and who with and what is the purpose?” Hadfield said. “We’re going to get there eventually, and I’d love to be part of the team that makes that happen.”

• Byron McDonald from Kamloops, B.C. asked Hadfield about UFOs. “Obviously, I’ve seen countless things in the sky that I don’t understand,” said Hadfield, a former pilot for the Royal Canadian Air Force and the US Navy. “But to see something in the sky that you don’t understand and then to immediately conclude that it’s intelligent life from another solar system is the height of foolishness and lack of logic.” But Hadfield acknowledged the existence of extraterrestrial life is worth thinking about, and that it’s likely that there is life in other parts of the universe. “But definitively up to this point, we have found no evidence of life anywhere except Earth, and we’re looking,” he said. “[I]t’s all really fun to think about.”

• [Editor’s Note]   So the first Canadian to command the International Space Station says: “definitively…we have found no evidence of life anywhere except Earth”. Hadfield says presuming that a UFO is of extraterrestrial origin is “the height of foolishness”. Of course, someone in his position has to know the truth about the widespread extraterrestrial presence on our planet and throughout our solar system. What will these astronauts and officials, whom the public has looked to for answers, do when they are revealed to be deep state toadies, lying at every opportunity?

After disclosure, when these liars try to walk back these types of remarks, will the people who have been duped for decades offer them any solace at all? Or will they be thrown onto the garbage heap of history along with all of the other politicians, military officers, scientists, professors and media “news” personalities who have made a career out of lying to the public in order to facilitate the deep state’s cover-up of the extraterrestrial origin of so many UFOs?

I hope these traitors are ALL individually identified and held up to public ridicule and derision, just as they have done to so many honest people who only told the truth about that they had seen and experienced, and had their lives ruined for it.

Landing a rover on Mars is “almost indescribably difficult,” according to retired Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield.

Despite that reality, scientists have landed a handful of them on the Red Planet.

China’s space agency is the latest to do so, dropping the Zhurong rover on Mars earlier this month. On Saturday, it took its first drive on the planet’s surface.

Hadfield, who was the first Canadian commander of the International Space Station, said conducting research on Mars is crucial to finding out whether we’re alone in the universe.

• On May 25th, UFO researcher and author Donald Schmitt was at the International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell, New Mexico to announce the start of a 27-nation (so far) coalition on extraterrestrial research called the ‘International Coalition on Extraterrestrial Research’, or ‘ICER’. The goals of ICER include establishing ‘awareness programs’ in all countries, to pressure governments such as the United States to disclose what they know, and “to prepare for confirmation that Earth has been engaging with non-human intelligences”.

• “Eventually, we will be 50 countries and then we’ll. No more talk, let’s do it,” says Schmitt. “Russia, China, Japan, [countries] throughout South America, throughout Europe, all are coming together. It’s never happened before and as far as it goes, we’re really going to push.”

• Schmitt is an expert on the 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, and has dedicated his life to solving the mysteries surrounding UFO’s. He returns each year for lectures during Roswell’s UFO Festival. He will be a guest speaker at the UFO Museum’s 2021 Ufologist Invasion, July 1-4, which takes place during the UFO Festival and MainStreet Roswell’s Alien Fest.

• ICER is a ‘not-for-profit’ organization comprised of scientists, academics and leading UFO researchers on five continents who are unanimous in their recognition that “we are not alone in the cosmos. Based on more than 75 years of research, ICER acknowledges that the UFO phenomenon is real; it acts with intelligence and is likely to be extraterrestrial/non-human in origin.” Among the researchers in the organization are astrophysicist and former deputy director of sciences at the Bulgarian Space Research Institute Professor Lachezar Filipov of Bulgaria, and astronomer Eamonn Ansbro of the Republic of Ireland, who is currently the director of Kingsland Observatory and SETI in Kingsland, Ireland.

• Schmitt said that many scientists and researchers are skeptical of the US military’s recent release of documents and leaked UFO videos. Of the thousands of pages of documents released, “Nothing is in there or (it’s) redacted, blacked out. It’s so frustrating for us,” he said. Scientists and researchers in other countries are facing the same difficulty finding answers from their governments and militaries. That’s why they’ve united to form the new organization.

• While there is no direct government involvement in ICER, the organization is recognized by the United Nations, “which means then that we can present at the UN,” Schmitt said. “We are going above individual governments.” Schmitt anticipates that the organization will grow. “I am the North American representative, and we had meetings in China, and then we met in Moscow. We put this all together. I had dinner in Moscow with two of the cosmonauts — we are getting people in pretty high places.”

greeted by the sight of a television crew interviewing renowned UFO researcher and author Donald Schmitt.

Schmitt, an expert on the alleged 1947 UFO crash on a ranch near Corona, has dedicated his life to solving the mysteries surrounding unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). He returns each year for lectures during Roswell’s UFO Festival.

Now, he’s joined with scientists and other researchers who have formed a new organization — the International Coalition on Extraterrestrial Research, or ICER — dedicated to finding the answers about UFOs.

• Lt. Cmdr. Alex Dietrich of Annapolis, Maryland is a retired US Navy fighter pilot, a mother of three, and a popular guest at the Pentagon and Capitol Hill being questioned about the day in 2004 that she saw the ‘Tic Tac’ UFO from the seat of her Super Hornet fighter jet in the skies near San Diego. “My life right now is very surreal,” said Dietrich, 41. Her testimony has been in high demand since the President signed into law a bill requesting the director of national intelligence and the secretary of defense to provide a declassified report on everything the government knows about UFOs/UAPs. It is due to be released in June.

• On November 14, 2004, Dietrich was a newly winged pilot on a regular training flight with the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group over the ocean off of San Diego when something moving fast and erratically came into view. Her boss, Commander Dave Fravor, told her to hang back and be his wingman while he flew closer in to check it out. The object began mirroring his movements and then just disappeared. A video recording from that day captured a white object shaped like a Tic Tac, along with the howls and exclamations of the pilots who were tracking it. The video was released by ‘To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science’ in 2017, and the video gained a lot of traction after the Pentagon verified its authenticity.

• As soon as the pilots returned to their aircraft carrier that day, they reported everything they saw and how it happened. “We all collectively lost our minds,” said Dietrich. “There was no denying it, everybody had heard us on the radio.” Even the technicians back at the ship saw the object on their radar. In the days after the UFO sighting, Fravor and Dietrich’s colleagues were merciless. They looped alien-invader movies “Men in Black” and “Independence Day” to show on the ship’s channels. They left tinfoil hats all over the place. The daily newsletters had little green men cartoons. They had to laugh it off, saying that if she and her fellow pilots had been flying solo, “… we wouldn’t have said anything”.

• Dietrich has kept a low profile over the past 17 years, flying more than 200 combat missions and 57 mounted combat patrols and ground assault convoy missions over two deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. More recently, Dietrich has been teaching at George Washington University and at the U.S. Naval Academy. “People have found me throughout the years,” she said. “I just was an eyewitness to something in the course of my normal duties . . . that somehow makes me a portal.” She is a hero to the believers and she listens patiently to debunkers who found her private number and screamed at her over the phone.

• When asked why she has agreed to talk to reporters including her recent appearance in a UFO segment on CBS’ 60 Minutes, says, “I do feel a duty and obligation. I was in a taxpayer-funded aircraft, doing my job as a military officer. Citizens have questions. It’s not classified. If I can share or help give a reasonable response, I will. I don’t want to be someone who’s saying ‘no comment.’” Dietrich has decided to be open about it now because she knows other pilots have seen similar UFOs but have kept quiet – afraid of the conspiracy realm stigma.

• Dietrich is also keeping busy with her three kids, ages 2, 4 and 6. One of them was the hit of that day’s pre-K show-and-tell when he brought in the red-and-white helmet Dietrich was wearing that November day in 2004. Another was commanding her from the back seat during the telephone interview: “Window open!” followed by a chorus of squeals and shrieks from the back seat. “No, I [don’t] have time to think about it too much,” she sighed. “But I will pay someone to abduct me right now.”

in the back seat — and raced to her home near Annapolis for family dinnertime. In between, she answered questions about the UFO.

Thanks to a bizarro little line in last year’s coronavirus relief bill, the director of national intelligence and the secretary of defense are ordered to generate a report on everything the government knows about UAPs — including Dietrich’s sighting. It’s coming next month, and it’s going to be D.C.’s hottest summer read.

And now that UFOs join the pandemic and insurrection on the congressional agenda (when it comes to the weird year contest, 2021 is telling 2020 to “hold my beer”), Dietrich’s callers have moved from mostly the fringe, stalkery UFO fanatics who just want to be near her, to mainstream media freaks like me. She patiently plays along.

“I do feel a duty and obligation,” Dietrich said, when I asked her why she took my call and why she agreed to talk to “60 Minutes,” her national media debut. “I was in a taxpayer-funded aircraft, doing my job as a military officer,” she said. “Citizens have questions. • The Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California; and the MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, Massachusetts have joined forces to send an optical module-equipped payload 22,000 miles above Earth in order to conduct a ‘Laser Communications Relay Demonstration’ (or ‘LCRD’).

• June 23rd, NASA will launch the LCRD optical module-equipped payload on the Department of Defense’s third Space Test Program mission satellite known as the ‘STPSat-6’, the DoD’s primary spacecraft. It will be carried into orbit by the Atlas V 551 rocket of the United Launch Alliance from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

• Once the optical module is in place, engineers on Earth will experiment on the data transmission process to test various operational situations and improve the tracking capabilities for mission performance. Using infrared lasers invisible to human eyes, the LCRD will attempt to execute data transfer from geosynchronous orbit to Earth at a bandwidth boost up to 100 times greater than radio frequency. NASA is hoping that the LCRD will be able to relay communications signals from the Earth to the Moon and Mars in future missions.  (see 2:31 minute video below)

 

NASA will launch a payload in June in an effort to enable laser- or optical technology-based communications that can potentially deliver a bandwidth boost of 10 to 100 times than radio frequency equipment.

The Laser Communications Relay Demonstration, or LCRD, will be carried by the primary spacecraft of the Department of Defense’s third Space Test Program mission, NASA said Saturday.

The optical module-equipped payload on STPSat-6 will lift off June 23 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, through the Atlas V 551 rocket of the United Launch Alliance.

Using infrared lasers invisible to human eyes, the LCRD will try to execute data transfer from geosynchronous orbit to Earth at a rate of 1.2 Gbps.

When the optical module is placed 22,000 miles above Earth, engineers will experiment on the data transmission process to test various operational situations and improve the tracking capabilities for actual mission performance.

The space agency also plans to use LCRD to examine the possibility of enabling laser communications for missions to the Moon and Mars in the future.

The Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, is leading the LCRD mission together with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA in Southern California and the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
