After a clear UFO sighting with multiple witnesses within 300 feet in the Peruvian coastal town of "Chilca" in 1975, I participated with the Mission Rahma contact group and befriended several contactees from this and other contact efforts. I also researched many aspects of the UFO phenomenon for several decades and feel inclined to contribute in the confluence of philosophical and scientific perspectives.
Mr. Valery UvarovOn December 2015, I heard Mr. Valery Uvarov at the IV UFOZ conference organized by A.J. Gevaerd in Brazil and then interviewed him. I had met Mr. Uvarov before at the First International UFO Congress in 1991. Mr. Uvarov has been a UFO researcher known for working with contactees but also with other mysteries such as possible paleo historical traces of extraterrestrial activities in the far-flung past. For several years he’s also been involved with pyramid technology and in the construction of large-scale experimental pyramids and, more recently, in a project to build an intentional community that could enhance human evolution in current and upcoming generations.
For several years, Mr. Uvarov was not only active experimenting with the construction of several large pyramid structures in Russia but was also involved with research projects that have allegedly experimentally honed better ways to build these artifacts.
There’s a developing tradition of building large pyramids in Russia. Dr. Alexander Golod has also been a pioneer of this pyramid research and construction in Russia.

The practical benefits of pyramids that work would be many, such as healing cancer besides positive transformative resonant effects in the human organism, consciousness and mind. Allegedly, after at least 15 years of research, some scientist members of the Russian Academy of Science have verified many non-conventional effects produced by specifically designed and aligned pyramids and I’d say that IF these are also scientifically verified by peers around the world, humanity could soon be engaging in a practical large-scale demostration of the conscious use of a science based on universal, integrative, multi-level energy patterns. Moreover, it would be reasonable to assume that these multi-level energy patterns are recognized and utilized by many advanced extraterrestrial beings throughout the cosmos.
According to Mr. Uvarov, ET craft are abundant around the world, manifest at specific cyclical times and for the most part (unless having technical difficulties) just travel too fast or at a time rate that renders them normally invisible to the najed eye. Some of the pyramids built in Russia would have already attracted them but they can only be seen if filmed at high speeds and then by slowing down the video. Apparently, in order to ‘travel’ from one place to another, ET civilizations would make transitions between “chrono fields” (time fields) using crossing points between “time corridors.” These “corridors” would be policed by a neutral exopolitical force. Some of this can be read in Mr. Uvarov’s reply to General Alexey Savin’s comment about why extraterrestrials do not openly contact humanity.
According to Mr. Uvarov, the Russian government doesn’t have an official information suppression policy and has never told him to stop researching. moreover, issues such as “extraterrestrials” and “pyramid power” seem to be less of a taboo among formal Russian institutions.
Allegedly, according to Mr. Uvarov, an adequately built pyramid is a model of a human being’s (and the universe’s) energy structure and is a way to collect and generate cosmic energies on a variety of planes of existence. Since Earth human beings would have a unique energy pattern related to Earth’s history and other characteristics, extraterrestrials would also be interested in “reading” or decoding a person’s energy fields.
In “Project 12,” located near the city of Tomsk, medical institutes, hotels, kindergartens, other schools and projects will be combined with 33 pyramids that allegedly correct and enhance the human energetic structure, learning, creative abilities, the immune system and consciousness.
Fifteen minutes away from the City of Tomsk, in the Russian Siberia more than 120 hectares have been reserved for building a pyramid complex and alternative community. It might be located in an area with a natural kind of energy vortex.
Financing the 500 million dollar project (which began contruction in 2011) would be an important food distributor for the Siberian region. He wants to positively influence the development of new generations in Tomsk and also to distribute food that has been treated in the pyramids.
Project 12 is currently under construction and will possess 33 pyramids in toto and 12 major integrated aspects: An integrated pyramid complex; education and development of special abilities in adults and new generations of Russian children (including creative capacities and psychic abilities); a health and medical center including conventional and alternative approaches; healthy and organic agriculture; food supplements production; beekeeping/apiculture; water energizing; solar and wind energy; a residential settlement; an inn for guests; and a botanical garden and zoo.
The complex is designed around a large central, 18-metter high pyramid structure itself containing 25 pyramid-shaped ‘chambers’. This structure is said to be 10 times smaller than the Great Pyramid in Egypt. After many years of scientific and alternative historical research (allegedly including working with Russia’s “National Security Academy”) pyramids are built by combining several crucial details (such as placing a large quartz crystal in its foundations surrounded by a 12-sided wall, using specific minerals, using solid walls, a large bronce bell for resonance effects in its main hall, a quartz pyramid top or “pyramidion,” and a unique alignment 15 degrees off from the North towards Greenland). The large quartz crystal in the basement is a crucial part of the pyramid’s energy source and in contact with running liquid water. Allegedly there also are ways to avoid the negative energies which also naturally flow upwards from the Earth.
Clockwise and anti-clockwise subtle but effective energy flows are described. However, some construction details remain secret because – as Mr. Uvarov says – they can also be used to generate psychotronic warfare effects.
Mr. Uvarov mentioned that the Cheops pyramid is active 49 days of the year but that the central pyramid in Project 12 would be active every day of the year.
Project 12 is designed with 3 concentric (Atlantis-like) rings with the central 18 meter-high pyramid interconnected to the other pyramids at the rings.
Mr. Uvarov also wants to build a network of strategically placed pyramids around the world in order to modify what could be called the “mental information field” (the noosphere?) and re-align the planet’s subtle energy grid, also diminishing or “dampening” earthquake activity.
If all of this is verified and a project of planetary consequences were to take place, it would be a conscious effort that (to ‘visiting’ and/or interacting and observing extraterrestrial civilizations) could signal a greater degree of maturity on the part of humanity …in other words, it could also have exopolitical consequences and bring us closer to open interaction.
According to Mr. Uvarov, many temples and pyramids in the world (although mostly dismantled) are still aligned with an energy grid system distributing cosmic energy received and re-transmitted by Mount Kailash in the Himalayas. A buddhist sacred calendar would show this mountain’s activity (which, although pyramid-shaped, is considered to be a receiver).
Mr. Uvarov states that there’s greater openness than in the West to alternative paleo history and extraterrestrial issues. He claims that at the “National Security Academy” interest in pyramid technology isn’t just for military purposes but also for the positive uses. He tells us that in that academy’s archives he saw secret UFO files that mentioned landings and interactions between ETs and military personnel and even showed that during WWII German submarines entered underwater tunnels in the Antartic eventually reaching a parallel reality. Allegedly, the entire journey of the latter expedition was clearly described.
Mr. Uvarov’s research indicates that there is historical encoded information given by an ancient civilization that existed in a planet known as “Maldek” once located between Mars and Jupiter. A civilization located in Mars would have also intervened. He also mentions that some ancient texts gave clues on technology given to correct the human energy system and its “inner biological time.” There would be two time frames ( I suppose one of them is retrocausal and syntropic) and re-aligning them would not only prolong our biological lives with better health but align us with our mother planet Earth and with the cosmos…thereafter facilitating contact with the energy frequencies of extraterrestrial entities.

Information about “scalar waves” (in fact, longitudinal waves expressing a scalar potential) is being recuperated with practical demonstrations after more than a century of forgetfulness. That is being allowed and that if that is the case (as it seems), it is important – human society transforming – news. These waves may be a key to the future of wireless electric transmission, healing, gravity cancellation and much more.
Nikola Tesla showed he could send electrical energy without wires. It turned out not to be good for business and it was also classified. He used longitudinal waves. The field pointer travels in the direction of propagation, much like sound waves and plasma waves do. Their potential is “scalar” but longitudinal wave vectors can be produced from them. However, they are simply called “scalar waves.” They can be used to send both information and energy. They could be used to heal or to alter a person or perhaps even an entire community. They can be imprinted with information patterns. They cannot be shielded by Faraday cages and apparently go through matter similar to neutrinos. They may even acquire neutrinos and gain energy from them as Dr.Konstantine Meyl posits. Dr. Meyl has reproduced Tesla’s technology of generating electric scalar waves and demonstrates it. He also enhanced Maxwell’s equations and discovered magnetic scalar waves which may affect biological systems and be used by them to communicate with little or no “noise.”
Laplace’s scalar (and longitudinal) wave components can be explained through the vortices Maxwell used as a dampening term. Regarding unique, non-trivial physical effects of longitudinal waves and scalar longitudinal waves, the physical importance of the magnetic vector potential field (also used in relation to quantum mechanics) is also recognized.
These ‘scalar’longitudinal waves have closed field lines and cannot be easily detected. These longitudinal waves apparently acquire energy from the vacuum as they propagate so the possibility of extracting extra energy from our link as an open system to the vacuum of space, allowing for an (improperly called) “free energy,” exists. Their Poynting vector would coincide with the direction of propagation and – as a particulate aspect – we can visualize them as hidden vortical pulses themselves made of standing vortices and counter vortices.…perhaps expressions of a dynamic double torus geometry multi-fractal level connection and dynamism allowed by Nassim Haramein’s 64 tetrahedron grid and the isotropic vector matrix and vector equilibrium exchange of information and energies beyween deep and exterior levels in the quantum vacuum.
Perhaps, as Dr. Steven Greer says in his lectures, an object can be made to resonate using high voltage, high frequency, low amperage electric energy field, being affected so as to tilt outside of spacetime (its spin?) and made to disappear into another “dimension.” I think that what Dr. Greer calls “dimension” actually is another “parallel” physical reality system stemming from a different ratio of how Subtle-Mental and Physical Realms combine. Perhaps the type of Poynting vector and electric field used to achieve this effect derives from using electric scalar waves. Energy going in the direction of propagation is more convergent and I suppose it attempts to go back into the infinitely small toroidal center of the zero-point vortex just as water tries to find its course donwhill.
Perhaps the Hutchinson Effect is also based on producing a scalar field and effects taking place by means of – for instance – a specific interference or space-time/time-space mutually canceling “clash” of static and alternating current fields. The devices used in this case are several and complicated but the production of basic longitudinal waves seems to be much simpler. Dr. Meyl uses two flat pancake copper tesla coils, each attached to a spherical electrode. He also, like Tesla grounds a device.
Scalar waves travel faster than light and their variable speed would primarily depend on wavelength and frequency modulation and other factors would be vacuum permittivity and (I suppose) the virtual particle energetic density of the quantum vacuum. Dr. Meyl demonstrates that the propagation speed faster than light varies slightly from place to place around the Earth according to the unitary resonance between transmitter and receiver in slightly different local transmisison conditions of the local intervening medium. However, the vortex swirl velocity would be constant and thus thevortex would act as a frequency converter.
The “knots” or longitudinal wave vortices would change diameter and wave length according to relativistic Lorentz contraction, becoming smaller the faster they go until reaching the speed of light. Also, as other longitudinal waves in nature, its speed should change according to the density of the medium it travels with.
Scalar waves provide communication between the transmitter and receiver as a single or whole system. The transmitter of longitudinal waves “knows” if the receiver is on. It acts as a connecting whole between parts. It may express the retrocausal connection factor allowed in non-local quantum mechanics and entanglement. It should also act as an expresion of a frequency domain in the physical quantum hologram and be useful to cancel spacetime and reconnect with a more fundamental non-physical realm in which the possibilities for all physical universes is given.
Through resonance the receiver acquires electrical energy and can operate a motor or perhaps light a LED without the latter being hooked to an external power source or a battery. I think that these waves may have a negentropic effect and serve to produce over unity effects and may be useful to collect “negative energy states” that could help us to open worm holes, distort space time metric through a crystalline (and quasi crystals?) thick ring-like toroidal capacitor, and/or making them (similar to plasma waves as per their equations) rotate and counter-rotate producing a specific gravity-cancelling resonant frequency. According to ac reinterpretation of La Place’s equation These scalar component, its vector vortices would exist as an inside component in the overall electromagnetic structure and were even considered possible in Maxwell’s original equations (formulated in his “quaternions” with one real and three imaginary components) but were simplified by Oliver Heaviside in which the vector for scalar field was made = 0.
According to Meyl regular tranversal wave EM emmiter may first emmit scalar waves at the antenna source and thi smight be detected in the “near field” as “noise.” The noise may be a product of the scalar vortices decaying and unfurling into transversal waves in the far field. However, they would re-group back as scalar waves at the reciver’s antenna. I think this would be because scalar waves tend to be negentropic and to converge producing order or building structures. That order could be imprinted with a pattern and be used to heal, to produce over unity or to form a damaging structure, like a tumour.
With the over-simplification, the possibility of contacts with realities beyond 3 spatial and 1 time-forward dimensions was “normalized.” Something similar happened with the dismissal of the negative square root solution of the Klein-Gordon equation and to a few other counter-intuitive (non-classical) but probably valid proposals in physics. As Dr. Scott Virden Anderson mentions in his “Putting Subtle Energies on the Scientific Map” QUATERNIONS (associated with the loss of commutation algebraic and geometric properties and with autopoietic or self- organizing and self-maintaining systems) may be used to describe the first levels of subtle energy (in between the physical and higher realms). As Thomas Bearden and Konstantine Meyl explain, electrodynamic textbooks repeat the simplification and preserve limited future scientific developments and scientists have been repeating that ever since. In my view, it goes along with a temporary tendency and taboo against anything not corresponding classical intuitive perceptions of spacetime-separated reality but this can be overcome. The longitudinal waves were suppressed and speed-of-light-limit-obeying (spacetime limited) transversal Hertzian waves have been used in technological applications until today. Thus, in relation to the competing views between Tesla and Hertz, Hertz won the day for the conventional ‘vanilla’ (other realities, the “paranormal” and parapsychology-rejecting) ‘scientific’ and conventionally educated world.
The longitudinal waves can be considered as standing wave vortices and I believe that – in relation to transversal EM waves – they would be more like the counter-rotating, less visible vortex accompanying tornadoes or as the inner vortex of self-sustaining double tori. They would be like the ‘insides’ of the exterior quadrants of Integral Theory.
If I’m not mistaken, I think that Thomas Bearden understanding about what could be called “pure” scalar waves is that they exist in time. These would not be equivalent to the longitudinal waves which we have also been calling “scalar.” Bearden’s scalar waves would be represented in the time axis but not in the space axis. I’d say that they would perhaps be situated in a universal frequency matrix (and this reminds me of some of the non-local information matrix as per the (Quantum Hologram Theory of Consciousness). Their effects would not be a few times faster than C (like Weyl’s understandng of longitudinal scalar waves) but instant, in my view perhaps due to instant resonance.
They would affect time density and thus degree of entropy and negentropy. Could these scalar waves also be correctly considered the key connective component of Kozirev’s theory about torsion waves-fields, instantly connecting places in the universe where entropy increases with places where it decreases (as physicist Claude Swanson explains in his book “The Synchronized Universe”)?
On the other hand, the longitudinal scalar EM component experimented with by Dr. Konstantin Meyl may possibly relate more directly not only with negentropy but with retrocausal influences allowed in quantum-relativistic Klein-Gordonequation. They might be a key to increasing the symmetry between Direct Space Time and Reciprocal Time Space by allowing access to the latter, information-frequency predominant domain, including its negentropic qualities. By harnessing the negentropic – normally hidden – aspect we might cancel spacetime and return parts of it to its origin in the non-physical Subtle-Mental (astral) Realm. This could be done in various ratios (allowing greater interaction with that more fundamental realm) or perhaps it can be done completely to transfer completely outside of spacetime (and its complementary reciprocal time-space).
It is also likely that experiments on inertial cancellation and electrogravitics applied to a gravity field disconnected object were conducted by Dr. Thomas Towsend Brown and the key components also classified. Perhaps pulsing DC current was part of it. Today we are re-discovering this kind of science connecting a hidden level of electromagnetic phenomena not only with how some ET-spacecraft function, but also with a shared mechanism related with many until now called ‘paranormal’ phenomena.
I’ve been gradually developing an integrative explanatory model that might help explain what has been called “the paranormal.” It explores scientific and plausible fundamental metaphysical-ontological concepts attempting to relate them in a transdisciplinary and trans epistemological manner. Specific frequencies and frequency patterns at the “hidden” scalar-longitudinal wave EM level might be able to act as tensors orthogonally (at right angles) cohering zero-point energies, affecting observable, time-forward, space-time and its events. Their retrocausal component might be tantamount to so-called quantum “advanced waves” (in realistic quantum mechanical interpretations) and be used to cancel out time-forward “retarded waves,” thus connecting physical reality (with various degrees of intensity) to a null-time or non-physical information ‘field’. “Advanced” and “retarded” waves may (from an ordinary linear, time-forward-dominant, classical spacetime perspective) meet instantaneously in each concrete actualization of quantum probabilities. However,they might exist in “actual” and “potential” sttes in relation to each other in different situations. Specifically, in connection with our molar, entropy-dominated, conscious observations of actualized quantum probabilities (perhaps significantly restricted to maintaining the coherence of our “classical,” physical universe), “retarded-waves” would prevail as “actual” and “advanced waves” would acquire a “potential” state.
After partially reading the work of my friend Engineer Enrique Álvarez Vita (to be published with full equations in English, hoping for an adequate peer-review), I dare speculate even further that the particulate aspect accompanying this space-time “cancelation” (based on mutually canceling time-forward and time backwards causally effective temporal frequencies) might also be accompanied by an increase in the number of virtual anti particles. From a particulate perspective, we could say that the “cloud” of virtual particulate anti-matter exists in a fractal sublevel closer to what for us would be a pre-physical level and that this level of anti-matter cancels out the charges/forces associated with our universe’s “real” particles. All of this is highly speculative and I really don’t know but, if our “real universe” of particles whose coherent arrangement is linearly and time-forward, causally perceived in a conscious manner while bound to time frequencies permitted by the basic Planck time unit/frequency of 10–43 s, perhaps virtual anti-particles amenable to concentration or dipersion through specific scalar-longitudinal frequencies (modifying “advanced” and “retarded” waves), might be related to a faster basic time unit/frequency proper to a smaller physical fractal universe.
An information aspect of the “quantum hologram” described in the “Quantum Hologram Theory of Consciousness” might originate in the non-physical information field from which (in a higher symmetry) time-forward, “retarded waves” and “time-backwards “advanced waves” originate. Then again, another information aspect more connected to the quantum and zero point interphase realm might relate with what can – at least in part – be mathematically interpreted in the “Quantum Hologram Theory of Consciousness” by using a Fourier Transform operation. This latter aspect would interphase with the zero point potential.
It is a possibility that transmitting wireless electric energy , canceling spacetime and perhaps gravity shielding, modification or cancelation was discovered late in the XIX Century by Tesla. Perhaps these inventions were supressed or classified keeping us on a many-decades-long, entropy increasing, fossil-fuel course of events that would maintain a separation-based economics and politics in opposition of the course of action gradually being taken by our hidden exopolitical history. A key component of UFO-ET disclosure will relate to the wide potential use of scalar waves, explaining the security measures behind its cover-up while maintaining them if necessary. However, educating humanity on the metaphysics that accompanies the existence of scalar waves, retrocausality and the connection of a higher non-physical realm will eventually lead to organizing the transition a cultural, social “integrative” transition stage to create a synergistic, non-polluting, “scalar” economy along with a world polity capable of dealing with this power that allegedly overcomes classical spacetime separation.
The integrative education of cultural leaders and humanity at large would have to be seriously undertaken. Initiating this process will be challenging and might be challenging of worldviews, internationalattitudes and so forth but not initiating it…not shifting to a more rational, spiritual and non-predatory society will probably lead to a major loss of human freedom or to a planetary disaster.
According to different kinds of evidence acummulated over years, it is quite reasonable to think that we are in fact being “visited” by extraterrestrials and/or non-human intelligent beings that can manipulate space-time, sometimes mimicking aspects of what have been called “paranormal” events. Conventional academicians shy away from issues which are deemed as “funny” “ludicrous” “too hot to handle” or “taboo.” But humanity sorely needs to grow up and understand the scientific principles as to how all things are connected and how that connection transcends our experiences within the limits of classical spacetime, limits to which our brain-mind complexes have adapted, generating intricate but, nothetheless, perilously atomized societies.

When I asked Jesuit brother Guy Consolmagno (astronomer from the Vatican Observatory, curator of the Vatican’s meteorite collection and author of “Would you Baptize an Extraterrestrial?” if he was aware of the possibility the Church is preparing for discovering ET life, ET contact happening right now or even disclosure he said that – judging from a few direct interactions with the highest Pontiff – he surmised that the Pope (back then Benedict VI) most likely wasn’t particularly interested in the ET subject. That was a bit of a cold shower, especially coming from one of the men that affirmed that, if an intelligent, rational extraterrestrial requested baptism, he would baptize him. His book “Would you Baptize an Extraterrestrial” is kindly and emphasizes (in Aristotelian and Thomas Aquinas fashion) the importance of rational capacity.
Pope Francis I also seems to share the idea that he would baptize an ET given the conditions Guy Consolmagno refers to. But we must realize that this has already been thought by theologians in the Catholic Church before and – however important – doesn’t qualify as an astounding “new concept.” The important detail is that they do not find an essential contradiction between discovering intelligent extraterrestrials and the faith or doctrine and this is a favorable position in terms of the possibility of disclosure. The fact that it has often been said that “religions would crumble” if the truth be known may not be as clear-cut as is often simplistically assumed.
It is well-known that the main astronomer at the Vatican Observatory, FatherGabriel Funes, also accepts the possibility of extraterrestrial life (albeit he doesn’t seem to believe it is going to be discovered soon) and that he holds a conservative theological position about Christ’s only incarnation on Earth as a one-time event valid for the whole universe. Each time he has said anything about this there’s been much speculation and has been interpreted as if the Church were secretly preparing for disclosure or (now that Funes said he doubted ET life would be discovered soon) that – until a gradual educational campaign took place – there were reasons for still keeping it under wraps.
While it is reasonable to posit that some within the curia should know more and deal with the ET subject, it seems that many or most of the public figure leaders are kept “out of the loop” besides, quite simply (as most politicians and academics elsewhere) not being personally inclined to find out or to knowmore. Moreover, if those “in the know” would have psychologically denied, suppress or repress actual knowledge of ET life on Earth and thus preferred not to have known, and if they are currently making important exopolitical decisions representing a citizenry (and perhaps us all), they may not be the right persons to do it…and they may naturally extend that distaste for challenging truth by ridiculing/de-legitimizing the situation, generating doubt, confusing information and keeping us from clearly knowing about it. It would be a psychological projection onto us, perhaps acting like “social superegos” to keep us from knowing. Just like they were not ready to know about it when they were “briefed” they project onto us assuming that we would not be able to handle it).
I think that the need to control the truth is not just a psychological projection but also largely linked to a traditional way of thinking and being in the world, a win-lose, dichotomous, two-value way of processing information, feeling and judging; one closely associated with survival instincts adequate for a physical world limited to classical laws. The ET truth challenges that increasingly outmoded, crude, physical survival-based way of thinking which is also present in a theology that emphasizes God as a thoroughly independent and distant-transcendental, perhaps authoritarian, be saved or condemned, strict, law-giving Father figure.
That said, there also are good indications that “special” statements by influential Church representatives have at least been allowed by “those in the know” to continue for some time; the most notable being those repeated statements by Monsignor Corrado Balducci who was allowed to continue speaking theologically about the hypothetical position occupied by (at least some) extraterrestrial beings in the order of creation. Balducci, exorcist, theologian and personal friend of Pope John Paul II affirmed during several interviews in the 1990s that the experience of people having contacts with extraterrestrials is real and that we should respect human testimony much more.
Having had some priest friends from different orders I think that, generally speaking, they – especially encumbered priests – have enough respect from their superiors and personal freedom to be able to speak their own opinion regarding ET life if need be…especially if that doesn’t contradict Church teachings. And for the most part, speaking about intelligent extraterrestrial beings has become a respectable (even if still interspersed, partly avoided and somewhat controversial) tradition.
Theology About Extraterrestrials
For instance, upon researching a little bit, I found that considering extraterrestrials is not something new. Influential Catholic theologian and priest Karl Rahner uses the term “Star Inhabitants” admitting the possibility of other salvation stories and multiple incarnations of the Word.
Influential Catholic theologian and priest Hans Kung also wrote that the possibility of other intelligent life in the Universe had to be granted.
XV Century Franciscan theologian, defender of Duns Scottus’ theology Guillaume de Vaurouillon proposed that Jesus Christ’s sacrifice had a universal value, in case other rational, intelligent beings exist in the cosmos.
The Dominican friar and renowned theologian Thomas O’Meara considers in his works titled “Vast Universe” and “Christian Theology and Extraterrestrial Life” that Thomas Aquinasleft the door open for the possibility of a Holy Person of the Trinity to extend salvation to other intelligent beings in the Cosmos and that weshouldn’t limit what the divine can or cannot do, including the possibility of a further divine incarnation. Back in the Middle Ages, Dominican friar Tommaso Campanella said that extraterrestrial civilizations would not have suffered from “original sin” but perhaps of another type of sin proper to them. Tommaso Campanella, along with another Dominican friar, Giordano Bruno were some of the proponents of the “plurality of worlds.” For some of his views, Bruno was burned at the stake but the Church has recognized that as a mistake.
The Jesuit priest Domenico Grasso theologian at the Pontificial University of Rome said “Why would all the perfection that God granted so vastly to the universe be hidden without declaring His glory? Who writes a book that is never going to be read?” He also mentioned famous German theologian and Dominican priest Joseph Pohle who in 1904 wrote “Celestial Worlds and Their Inhabitants.”
Father Pohle wrote, “It seems that the purpose of the universe is for its celestial bodies to be inhabited by beings that reflect God’s Glory in the beauty of their bodies and worlds just as man does it in a limited way in his world.” Commenting on that position Domenico Grasso adds “But these are not angels since angels are pure spiritual beings and can only perceive matter indirectly, just as we can only perceive the world of spirit indirectly.”
As a comment, I’ll add that, here a distinction is being made between “pure spirits” or incorporeal angels and other types of material beings. And, technically-speaking, since humans can also be considered as material “angels” in the sense of messengers doing good and acting in the name of God, technically-speaking this could be extended to at least some possible extraterrestrial varieties according to their orientations and actions.
XIX Century erudite priest Januarius de Concilio in his book “Harmony Between Science and Revelation” also wrote in favor of extraterrestrial beings as creatures “with intelligent substances united to some type of body.”
Father Theodore Zubek in his article “Theological Questions on Space Creatures”published in 1961 The American Ecclesiastical Review said that the extraterrestrial beings not mentioned in the Holy Scriptures are also not forbidden by them. This recognizes that many things that can be discovered are not necessarily mentioned in the Bible nor precluded by it. Zubek posited that extraterrestrial beings not descending from Adam and his sin would not inherit original sin.
The Dean of the “School of Sacred Theology” of Catholic University, Father Francis J. Connell wrote the essay titled “Flying Saucers and Theology” and said, “It is good for Catholics to know that the principles of their faith are entirely compatible with the most incredible possibilities about life on other planets.”

Vatican astronomer and theologian Giuseppe Tanzella-Nitti said that “Chirstias do not have to renounce their faith in God because of unexpected information of a religious nature regarding extraterrestrial civilizations.”
Father George Coyne SJ, former Director of the Vatican Observatory asked why wouldn’t God also save extraterrestrials from sin.
Attorney Daniel Sheehan who was General Counsel for the Jesuit Order in the U.S. between 1975-1977 recently predicted that the Vatican would disclose knowledge of an extraterrestrial presence after Pope Francis“Laudato Si” encyclical focused on protecting the Earth ‘s life forms and ecology and condemning excessive, abusive capitalism. His prediction was misstated as saying that he knew the Pope would disclose the ET presence in June 2015. It was confounded with Mr. Sheehan also speaking about the Jesuit’s general scientific and theological “call” to prepare for the probable discovery of life outside Earth (one of the reasons for which the 2009 astrobiology conference was organized by the Pontificial Academy of Science and the Vatican Observatory). Mr. Sheehan is quite actively participating with New Paradigm Institute in which theological ecumenical conversations preparing for the eventual confirmation of intelligent extraterrestrial presence are taking place.

Whether the Church (does anyone represent “The Church” as a whole?) is – under some circumstances – speaking about human-type aliens, I don’t know but I doubt it. Perhaps contactee and mystic George Adamski did indeed meet with Pope John XXII as he claimed and perhaps that Pope indeed met with human-looking extraterrestrials as his personal secretary Loris Francesco Capovilla is reported to have reminisced, but I don’t have the actual source of that information.
Some Personal Evolving Evaluations
I do NOT think that “Jesus was an extraterrestrial” or that “extraterrestrials are going to replace God” or easily accept similarly superficially said blanket statements about the theological implications of discovering extraterrestrial life and – in particular – intelligent, rational, technological extraterrestrial life (however advanced they might be with respect to us). Instead, I think that we need to think more carefully about all these matters. We need to learn to think integratively, with greater nuance, finding a shared essence, shared metaphysical principles, common patterns, connecting (not reducing or subsuming the major tenets of spiritual traditions) under an integrative methodology.
What I agree along with some other theologians is that articles of faith will not be thrown into the bin. Instead, they would expand and mature in order to include the discovery of rationally intelligent extraterrestrial life and of other forms of life in general (a “second Genesis” even if not related to self-conscious, rational and technically proficient life?).
Even if it were true that extraterrestrials intervened our genetics in our past, that wouldn’t mean that they would replace God or that God doesn’t exist or that Creation didn’t happen because, as contingent beings, the former would act “in time” and the latter (GOD) “outside of time” or rather, “sub specie aeternitatis” (“under the category of eternity”). Thus, metaphysically-speaking, God (a lofty, non-dual, understanding of this term as Source of all being and existence) would have “created” and, still, continuously creates unchanged, “dreaming the cosmos” (Panentheistically and as per our mental understanding within time).
God would have also created extraterrestrials who may have the capacity to choose to forget their deepest connections with Source, thus to err or to “sin” with various degrees of depth (making spiritual mistakes) thus thinking or acting in ways that may strengthen or dilute their closeness to God.
They would certainly not be perfect and some would be closer to God’s ways than others but – logically speaking – all would truly be our brothers as other intelligent beings dependent on the same Absolute (our common Source) for their contingent existence. However, what would also have to be considered is (from a Catholic perspective) if “original sin” (beyond a literal interpretation) would only apply to Earth humans, to all other types of “humans” (beings capable of rational choice) in the Cosmos and furthermore, if the Logos only manifested in all the vastness of the Cosmos as Jesus Christ on Earth. Or perhaps, a Father Thomas O’Meara suggests we shouldn’t limit what the Logos can or cannot do, as the Logos can manifest/incarnate through any other limited rational being/also-spiritual-master-and-prophet (in human or perhaps even non-human form) as need be for the spiritual salvation of other specific planetary civilizations. Thus, in a way, the same reconnecting, salvific Intelligence manifesting through different relative, contingent rational vessels could be considered as applicable to extraterrestrial civilizations according to context as need be.
Perhaps some theologians would be able to uphold their faith while considering that the “angels” allegedly encountered by Abraham were flesh and blood and human-looking beings and not “pure spirits.” I don’t know but I truly hope so as many human-looking ETs (albeit not necessarily all of them) would (according to various contactees) make good friends of the Earth-human family. It would also be easier to initiate contacts with them. Furthermore, I hope that the likelihood of an actual extraterrestrial presence already on Earth is officially (rather than covertly) dealt with besides dealing with the extraterrestrial issues only being backed up by formal astrobiological discoveries.
In Catholic theology and in the theology of other monotheistic religions human creation is considered to be a unique event and in the Catholic tradition, a creation deserving “salvation” by God’s only begotten Son. But what is the deep meaning of “salvation? How far can our interpretations go? Can other beings – similar and not similar to the human form – be legally considered “human?”
If intelligent extraterrestrial life is discovered either through the exploits of astrobiology, contacteeism, SETI, official disclosure, grassroots contact and “citizen diplomacy” efforts or if “they” (the ETs) make themselves known, theology and doctrine will have to accommodate that reality. In doing so, a more common integrative ground will possibly have to be found sharing essential ideas from various religious doctrines and spiritual, scientific, esoteric and philosophical ideologies. A common basis will have to be found to coordinate apparently incommensurable ideas.
By reading the theological positions of several theologians as the ones previously listed, I think that (in case either “the Vatican,” another institution, world events or someone else of world recognition and stature reveals the extraterrestrial presence) the concept of humanity’s uniqueness, original sin, and the role of Jesus Christ’s “salvation” will have to evolve, include more, go to the utmost mystical depths of their dogmas and complexify, transcending monotheist Christian traditions and other monotheist traditions in order to allow a conversation integrative space for all benevolent spiritual earthly traditions, also considering the existence of extraterrestrials once it is also recognized that they are neither simply good or evil “pure spirits” nor that all of them are alike.
Regarding who is to be considered as “HUMAN,” the issue goes beyond biology and I think that several theologians (including Jesuit Brother Guy Consolmagno and Dominican theologian Thomas O’Meara, both inspired by Thomas Aquinas) would agree that it is alright to extend this category to extraterrestrials not only if they are rational but if – as children of the same Source – we and God can befriend, admire, respect and… LOVE them.
TheCatholic Church, as well as its Vatican, is not a monolithic, single-headed organism (just like “the U.S.” and “Washington” aren’t) but they are often assumed to be so. After my experience as an advisor to an official institution, I’ve noticed that large, traditional state institutions are naturally and extremely easily found suspect of covering up the UFO phenomenon and the extraterrestrial presence. But the situation is, quite likely, more complex.
There’s a tendency to overgeneralize on all sides of the human political equation between and among political groups. Outsiders that feel that they are living to promote a non-orthodox cause (like some pro-disclosure activists, left-wing revolutionaries) also almost always speak of “the U.S.” as though it were a monolithic empire where most leaders confabulate to manipulate the rest of the world. But the trees are mistaken for the forest. In other words, as a tendency of the dichotomous mind, judgmental exaggerations about formal institutions of power are way easy to make when one is on the outside. As inheritors of a hunter-gatherer mindset, we tend to distinguish ourselves tribal-like from others in an exaggerated way.
I really suspect that elements within the Catholic Church are privy to information about the UFO and ET presence but, could it be like what the immensely dedicated disclosure and contactee Dr. Steven Greer tells in his lectures that, not even CIA directors are privy to the best information regarding UFO’s if they have no “need to know?”
Now let’s get a bit more philosophical and theosophical. Theoretically speaking, “the Church” is most essentially composed by all baptized individuals but the Vatican curia leads/orients them allegedly guided by the Holy Spirit as per its doctrine. However, if we consider that “the Vatican” or key members within also orient UFO research, its secrecy, considerations, and possible disclosure, I suppose that only a few high-ranking members would actually deal with these matters. They might be associated to the intelligence ranks within the Church.
This (parallel or included?) “special” social entity might be represented by those whose opinions would be relevant in case a massive, undeniable sighting were to occur. We may perhaps be referring to some of the most powerful decision-makers such as the Pope, or perhaps only to a few cardinals and bishops, or Jesuit priest researchers but I suppose that whoever really knows in a transnational sense in association with those in the known in Europe and the U.S. would need to have a “need to know” clearance. Following patterns from elsewhere, they might even be told that what they are participating in doesn’t officially exist.
So, perhaps asking who in “the Vatican” makes decisions above the official curia is like asking who rules the U.S. as per decisions being (perhaps extraconstitutionally) made about the extraterrestrial presence.
The goodnews unbeknownst to many is that much of the debunking criticism against the extraterrestrial hypothesis, ufology, exopolitics, experiencers, socially conscious insiders and/or whistleblowers can be considered as rationally flawed.
Institutional defenders of conventional, official truths have sometimes avoided the UFO question but have occasionally misrepresented facts. For example, as physicist Stanton Friedman often points out, the Secretary of the Air Force D. Quarles said to reporters that no flying saucer had flown over the U.S.; that only 3% of reports received by Project Blue Book remained “unknown”and that eventually even that percentage would be identified as conventional phenomena or illusions. But in, truth, the percentage of overall “unknowns” which had been presented earlier inside the Air Force by Project Blue Book’s Special Report number 14 had been 21.5%. Furthermore, if the witnesses level of education was greater and the case provided greater details, the percentage of “unknowns” went up to 30%. Moreover, a chi square analysis performed by Battelle Memorial Institute comparing “unknowns” with the “knowns” (or clearly identified objects) gave a probability of less than 1% that the “unknowns” would simply be misperceptions or mistakes. Therefore, there was at least a truly puzzling phenomenon taking place (in fact worldwide) even though it was being publicly dismissed while secretly reported in a completely different manner.
An accumulation of observations is important and an accumulation of analyzed witness testimonies does not have to be a form of weak or irrelevant evidence in the natural sciences. Inductive reasoning is most fundamental to the advancement of SCIENCE because experience is what brings in data and information that requires new explanations. New scientifically designed, international, anonymous surveys with a larger, anonymous population like that conducted by F.R.E.E. (the Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters (www.experiencer.org)) provide statistical patterns that increase the gravitas of testimonial evidence. It is unreasonable to simply think that thousands of witnesses are lying or definitely mistaken in their observations although they are willing to anonymously answer hundreds of questions. There is a place for human testimony, not only in the social sciences and in a court of law but also in the natural sciences. In part it depends on how scientifically that testimony is acquired and treated. This statistical quantitative and qualitative data (which in some important aspects contradicts popular notions about extraterrestrials) must be taken into account.
Science advances when theories adapt to evidence and experience and theories should not be considered final but, rather, well-organized, temporary and probable explanations that best explain phenomena and data accumulating through experience. Taken as well-organized explanations – hopefully with predictive power – theories must evolve as new data and experiences are registered and accepted. However, oftentimes, the acceptance of data and phenomena is precluded by biases and there often are sociological and psychological reasons to unscientifically reject phenomena that don’t fit in well with accepted theory.
It is becoming clear that we only perceive a limited segment of reality. There may well be ‘laws of physics’, inter-reality processes and types of energies that contend with phenomena not currently accepted by mainstream science, an endeavor still excessively biased toward representing all experienced reality as based upon materialism and mechanicism. This occurs in spite of alternative implications from quantum physics regarding the “de-materialization” of matter and the inseparable role of choice, consciousness and the observer affecting what seems to be a non-local, information substratum.
Status quo power networks traditionally reject new perceptions of reality both when new instruments extend human detection and decoding capacities (remember Galileo’s telescope and Van Leewenhoek’s use of the microscope) and when theories and underlying worldviews need to be modified to account for those detections. But this holding on at all costs to a classical preference for exclusivist materialism and mechanicism lends itself to the fallacy of trying to explain all phenomena under specific and previously accepted ad hoc explanations. Regardless of how thoroughly the scientific method has been followed, this often means trying to explain some phenomena which MAY be conventionally explained as if it necessarily follows that their explanation MUST be conventional. This is also popularly also called “dogmatism.”
But it is becoming quite acceptable for educated individuals to recognize that there indeed is an abundance of recurrent phenomena (“anomalies” from the perspective of conventional theories) unremittingly reported by credible individuals and groups around the world; phenomena which – if seriously considered – bring into question the completeness of classical materialist and mechanicist explanations. Furthermore, individuals not intimately associated with any of the major modern institutions often have the willingness and freedom to openly consider these phenomena real and significant. Some even know that their formal acceptance would logically require re-assessing known theories and suggesting alternative scientific hypotheses. Some are – thankfully – taking the lead to make this happen.
Baye’s Theorem helps us ASSESS the probability that a hypothesis among others is valid based on new experience. In the XXVIII Century Reverend Thomas Bayes tried to show how to use new evidence to update beliefs. It goes hand in hand with induction and not with a rigid, unequivocal logical deduction. Through induction, we approximately “know” that it is more likely that Earth will continue turning and that tomorrow there’ll be another sunrise, but we don’t know this with absolute certainty. Like the so-called “principle of parsimony” (or “Occam’s Razor”) Baye’s Theorem is more like a “heuristic,” which can be understood as a generalrule of thumb helping us to assess the validity or usefulness of a hypothesis. Both are “shortcuts” simply assisting us to come up with probable explanations. However, if we apply them mechanically based on wrong premises about reality they may even sidetrack us into not recognizing more feasible and obvious explanations.
Baye’s Theorem requires having several hypotheses at hand in order to compare them. It is structured to help us come up with an approximate probability and it states that The Probability of an Hypothesis Explaining the New Results= The Probability of Obtaining the New Results if the Hypothesis is True ÷ The Probability of Getting the New Results Whether the Hypothesis is True or Not. Then, multiply that division by The Probability of the Hypothesis Before Considering the New Results.
Just like Baye’s Theorem is a practical recommendation attempting to approximately give us a clue on the probability of the validity of an hypothesis by also considering several competing hypotheses in light of new information regarding phenomena, “Occam’s Razor” is not like a physical principle or a principle set in stone as an unfailing rule. The latter (re-stated by several philosophers following Aristotelian thinking but also more associated with theologian, nominalist philosopher and Franciscan friar William of Occam) basically states: “entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity.” To my understanding, this means that when an explanation is sufficient to explain a phenomenon, it is not recommended to seek a greater number of alternative explanations. However, in the case of phenomena challenging conventional explanations, the question would also be if all possible “sufficient explanations” rest upon a classical materialist-mechanicist worldview or, in effect, that the most straightforward and sufficient explanation would be a hypothesis that better fits or corresponds with the facts, however challenging.
Another way of stating “Occam’s Razor” is that it is generally preferable not to assume more hypothesis as causes than the minimum necessary to explain a phenomenon. Said differently, trying to extend the materialist and mechanicist worldviews (and paradigms) in convoluted ways in order to reductionistically explain (or to explain away) the experiential facts and “anomalous” data gathered around the UFO Phenomenon, may actually be not following Aristotle’s and Occam’s recommendation but instead doing just the opposite. While exclusivist materialism is clearly incorrect and insufficient, materialism in itself may be correct but only as an integral part of a network of metaphysical positions, each explaining “reality” from a different angle and all of them arising from a deeper pattern. We will need to understand that “deeper pattern” in order to make sense of phenomena that objectively combine subjective and psychic aspects altering conventional physical life.
Once again, these “heuristics” are basically recommendations generally useful on how to proceed to choose among various hypotheses that might explain a phenomenon. Moreover, unfortunately “Occam’s Razor” has often been misunderstood by closed-minded skeptics (normally defending conventional theories associated with materialism and mechanicism) in their blindly dogmatic search for every which way to ridicule or dismiss evidence pointing toward the “extraterrestrial hypothesis” (or variations within that hypothesis) pertaining to some of the most ‘anomalous’ aspects of the UFO phenomenon.
There’s still another recommendation that can be considered as a useful heuristic. It is the advice to avoid Type Two Errors. In statistics, a null hypothesis is a hypothesis one tries to cancel out by using evidence to the contrary. In statistical hypothesis testing, a Type II Error (or Error of the Second Kind) is the failure to reject a FALSE null hypothesis. In other words, it is a failure to detect some aspect of reality that is suggested by the statistical evidence. This becomes a useful heuristic to think about any accepted percentage of truly unconventional UFO cases.
The concept that “UFO’s are nothing but natural phenomena or phenomena that can be explained by conventional science” would be a false null hypothesis that has not been invalidated based on the best UFO evidence and statistics. This is because the evidence and statistics clearly also suggest that something truly distinct and quite possibly anomalous is going on. Fixated UFO debunkers (and debunkers of the reasonable likelihood of there being genuine “experiencers” interacting with a variety of intelligent extraterrestrial beings which may be able to manipulate spacetime in unconventional ways) are clearly committing a Type Two Error or Error of the Second Kind.
The relevant and scientifically honest (and highly relevant for humanity) situation here is that the “extraterrestrial hypothesis” or ETH (ifnot limited to a “nuts & bolts” approach) may well be the MOST STRAIGHTFORWARD HYPOTHESIS OR EXPLANATION. In general this hypothesis is not discarded within some foreign governments and Air Force teams researching “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” or “Anomalous Aerial Phenomena” (like the Chilean CEFAA or Committee for the Studies of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena functioning under the General Secretary of the DGCA (the Ministerial Department of Civil Aeronautics), itself under the jurisdiction of the Chilean Air Force).
The initial (often not quoted) step in the “scientific method” is observation of a phenomenon in the natural world. While individual testimony of an anomaly in a non-controlled setting may be considered a weak piece of evidence, the fact that thousands upon thousands (including some astronomers) have observed and reported UFOs that resist conventional explanations can be considered part of the initial step. Today, besides these individual testimonies (given to civilian and military institutions) there have been a few scientifically conducted surveys (like the anonymous international survey Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research on Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Encounters). As witness testimony goes, the latter is stronger from a natural science point of view. However, besides witness testimony, after-the-event analysis of photographs, radar cases, landing traces with soil modification and other forms of “physical evidence” also accumulate in favor of the “Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH).”
The ETH hypothesis is neither discarded beforehand (for instance by introducing pre-conceived conclusions into the premises) by the high-level military and scientific French GEIPAN (Study Group and Information on Non-Identified Aerospace Phenomenon) analysts working under the jurisdiction of CNES (the National Center for Space Studies) who in 1999 produced the so-called “COMETAReport.” Likewise, this reasonable hypothesis is endorsed by the “Sigma/3AF Commission” of the Aeronautical & Astronomical Association of France. In fact, given the evidence available, the ETH cannot be reasonably discarded in advance without incurring dishonesty. Sigma/3AF considers the ETH valid and plausible. They are scientists and are being reasonable – rather than dogmatic – based on a rational analysis of UAP/UFO cases.
Moreover, it might be possible to improve “after-the-fact ufology” by propitiating field experiments that interact with the phenomenon. If consciousness (besides objectivity) is a key ingredient for their success, so be it. The science-based ufologist expanding his or her methods would learn to work with this.
Interactive field experiments using instruments and live empirical observation to test hypothesis might be achievable with the assistance of CE-5 approaches, “prime contactees,” adequate preparation, equanimity and fearlessness and – above all – a respectful attitude of any intelligences behind the phenomenon as well as experiencer-contact processes that involve consciousness, group effort, feelings and ideologies. Through this “experimental ufology” we may complete the steps of the scientific method pursuant genuine UFOs: Observation of a phenomenon, gathering information about what is known about it, proposing a reasonable hypothesis to explain the phenomenon, testing the hypothesis, analyzing the results, concluding if they verify the hypothesis or not, sharing the method, results, and conclusions with other scientists, replicating the research and – eventually – modifying theory.
Humanity needs its academic, religious and political leaders to come to terms with the fact that the ETH is a reasonable and rational perspective backed-up by the finest inductively-derived, independently assessed and cross-tabulated evidence gathered by sincere, mentally sound, capable and reputable UFO researchers across several decades; by some courageous and honest scientists, a good number of political, military and intelligence community whistleblowers and witnesses and by thousands of individuals from around the world (individuals who for the most part don’t do it for personal gain but who, instead, oftentimes face ridicule from peers in the name of truth).
This evidence also includes, highly trained witnesses capable of recognizing a variety of flying objects, alleged landings leaving anomalous and analyzed physical signatures, clear visual, radar and radar-visual sightings, military intercept missions; photographic and film analyses passing adequate tests, the analysis of a few solid objects with highly anomalous characteristics (such as those which podiatric surgeon Roger K. Leir collected from alleged abductee-experiencers) and leaked or formerly classified government documents that indicate longstanding, official interest in “flying discs,” “flying saucers” or “UFO anomalies.”
Moreover, after thousands upon thousands of psychologically healthy and socially functional “citizen-experiencers” reporting intelligent physical interactions with otherworldly extraterrestrial beings; after metallic-looking disc-shaped, triangular-shaped, sphere-shaped and tubular-shaped objects have been reported zigzagging and departing in abrupt ways defying momentum and inertia (sometimes after apparently interacting with witnesses for instance by responding with right-angle formations) the lack of formal academic investigation onto what may be going on (at least from a social and psychological perspective) is a failure against modern, humanistic, democratic and scientific ideals.
It simply looks as if FEAR and personal convenience got the upper hand in the innards of modern academic and political institutions since facing the facts would probably challenge the premises those institutions are based in and thus internal social forces arise to prevent individuals from stepping out of line. To this we must add possible private interests to take advantage of technological developments besides the national security need to maintain a possible advanced technology out of reach from enemies; something which can be overdone and – once a vast secret apparatus around this issues has been established – it becomes increasingly difficult to eventually inform civilians as time passes by. Perhaps many unconstitutional actions were taken throughout the decades at least since 1947, especially if taboo, ridicule and a highly classified secrecy did not allow for the application of constitutional supervision or checks and balances.
Nonetheless, theforces of social control (among them ridicule), or even active repression and suppression cannot forever hold back the truth in order to sustain the status quo or an outmoded way of thinking, especially if the intermittent and phenomenon were to be interactive and clearly related with human interests.
In relation to UFOs, for the Principle of Parsimony (a.k.a. “Occam’s Razor”) multiplying explanations to uphold the materialist-mechanicist premises may not be the way to arrive at a “sufficient explanation.” Then, Baye’s Theorem asks us to compare several hypotheses and not to discard any plausible one offhand. Finally, the advice to avoid Type Two Errors or Errors of the Second Kind (the failure to detect some aspect of reality which is suggested by the statistical evidence) also reminds us to become aware of our blinding cognitive biases when the evidence is displayed before us within a complex phenomenon. I wonder how many “Close Encounters of the Second Kind” interesting pieces of unique evidence (as described by J. Allen Hynek’s six-fold classification scale for UFO encounters) have been so dismissed…
All of these HEURISTICS basically warn us against inflexibly holding on to our conventional ‘pet’ theories. In relation to truly anomalous UFOs and in the offing human-extraterrestrial interactive encounters we seriously need to change our premises and face the facts.
To conclude, the three heuristics mentioned are not inimical with the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) and, what is more, an intelligent use of them clearly suggests that the ETH MUST be seriously considered. It is a matter of time before good old common sense prevails as the need to adapt to reality has the real final say with its own complex (emergent and self-organizing) ways to assert itself.
FREE (Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters) is conducting a distinctive large-scale survey dedicated to experiencers of direct contact with intelligent, ‘non-human’ extraterrestrial beings. If you are a genuine experiencer, through this survey you can directly contribute to humanity’s greater understanding about what may be really happening. It can provide greater evidence to the conventional mindset that many healthy and normal indiduals are reporting and having unique, physically-interactive experiences with non-human extraterrestrial intelligences. It can also improve our information about the varieties of the contact experience, plausible intentions, modus operandi, messages, effects on people, and other details needed to work for an intelligent, constructive and mutually respectful exopolitical response.
The objective of this study is, for the first time, to have comprehensive statistical and cross- tabulated data findings about the phenomena of ET Contact as well as interview data to back up the quantitative data. We also strive to extend this survey to non-English-speaking countries and expect to have an initial publication of our findings by the Spring of 2016. After the publication of this initial report, all of our data will be placed in the public domain in our new FREE website (not yet available) to be used by all researchers and the public.
ANONYMITY: Confidentiality and Anonymity is extremely important to us. As a participant in our 2 surveys and formal interview, the Participant has a choice to remain completely “ANONYMOUS”. There will not be a way for anyone to find out who is the Participant, where they live, or any other personal information to identify you. In addition, the Interviewer will not have any personal identifying information about you. Instead, the Participant will be given a Respondent Number. During your Interview you will not be asked any information to identify who you are (name, address, or other sensitive personal ID information). All of the voice interviews will be audio taped and later transcribed to paper via appropriate software. This is the reason why it is important to maintain complete anonymity. After the voice files have been transcribed, they will be destroyed. What will be left is a transcribed document that will not have any personal identifying information except for the Respondent Number.
This survey (The FREE Experiencer Research Study) is the first ever long term, comprehensive, statistical ACADEMIC research study on the ET Contact Phenomenon. No one has ever attempted this type of study before. It will involve two comprehensive quantitative surveys totaling more than 600 questions and a follow-up formal interview comprised of 50 open-ended questions. Phase 1 is our initial simple survey, comprised of only 125 questions that can be completed in 15-20 minutes. At that time you can chose whether to participate in our more extensive quantitative survey, our Phase 2 survey, which totals approximately 450 questions and will be provided to those individuals that choose to participate in our research study and have completed the Phase 1 survey. The formal interview will be the Phase 3 component of our study and will involve a series of 50 “open ended” questions. So far, FREE has received over 1,200 responses as of June 1, 2015 to our Phase 1 Survey and of these 97% have indicated a willingness to serve as a participant in our research project. The Mission of FREE will focus on “Research and Education.” Our primarily focus will be on scientific investigation through surveys and interviews on individuals who have had UFO related contact experiences with non-human sentient beings (commonly known as “ET Contact”) and to compare this group with individuals that have had other types of “paranormal contact experiences” through the following: NDEs, OBEs, Hallucinogenic/ Entheogenic natural substances, hypnotic regression, Mystical Meditation Travel, Channeling, Remote Viewing, and human encounters with non-human intelligence, and related paranormal contact experiences.

It was a major effort and this was newsworthy as it would help anyone interested at how research had been conduceted take a good look at these files produced by an iconic UFO research project.

“It is with great frustration to announce, that Ancestry.com, and their subsidiary Fold3, has laid down a claim to copyright on the Project Blue Book material – which has long been labeled as “public domain” by the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA). Ancestry.com is claiming ownership to the digital version of this material – despite me having records that Fold3 doesn’t even have in their archive and I received under the FOIA starting back in 1996. They simply claimed it was 100% theirs and I was forced to remove it.”
Still, the availability of these files at the National Archives should be a step in the right direction of transparency on an issue that cannot (and should not!) be hidden for ever. Other countries have already been open about much of their files as very few of them may be of direct security interest. I would say in some Latin American countries an average of 2-3 out of 1000-1500 files may be of conventional security interest. In the U.S. part of the reason given for the debunking and classification was fear of disruption of emergency channels that the Soviet Union could take advantage of.
Even reviewing these old Project Blue Book files related with what may be “average” types of sightings – as normally reported worldwide – would be of scientific interest today as conventional explanations could not be found to explain away a remarkable % of them. That in itself should make them of scientific interest. That percentage varied according to how much freedom the Blue Book researchers had or how much they were expected to debunk. A fair review of the UFO cases reported could still be helpful today when we have no access to any other investigations that might be secretely accruing somewhere else.
Optimistically, in spite of this hopefully temporarysetback, more events pointing towards the reality of an intelligent extraterrestrial presence will keep coming en force to change the psychological discomfort, scorn, fear and shame felt by so many of our political and cultural leaders who prefer to remain in their comfort zones without taking a serious look at an ever-increasing pile of “anomalies” that indicate that our classical concepts about “reality” are way our of phase with that reality.

The field of Ufology is moving forward and EXOPOLITICS is also becoming more recognized and talked about in this move. At the well-led forum by Mr. A.J. Gevaerd, the “Foz de Iguazu Letter 2014” intended for Brazilian representatives and senators was perfected and signed to ask them to begin to openly discuss UFO issues. The forum’s emphasis was on the social implications of the extraterrestrial presence. There also was an emphasis in speakers that proposed using effective psychic and “espirita” (spiritist) means to develop verifiable human-extraterrestrial interactions.
While there were several outstanding researchers (like France’s CNES’ Jean Jacques Velasco and Professor Erling Strand of the Hessdalen Project and Østfold University College) objectively substantiating the high probability of advanced, intelligently directed objects behind some UFOs, definitely the tenor of the event was not about whether the ETs might be here but about moving forward now that it was clear for most researchers that they were. Next (from notes taken personally at the conference) I’ll give a few summaries of three specific presentations more specifically relevant to exopolitics.

After 1 min: Call relatives and tell them about the news. After 1 hr.: Billions of emails. After 1 day: More serious questions are asked.
First reactions
Are they similar to us? Are they intelligent but non-human? What are their goals? Are they benign or malignant? Are we safe?
Handling of disclosure information
Will it be handled stealthily? With how much aperture to the public? Will only a few of the secrets held be given to the public or all of them? Will this information be given voluntarily? A total radical aperture including the good and the bad?
What will happen with the political conflicts around the world? Will some be set aside to face as a species the new challenges? Ufologists will become important.
If there’s a partial (controlled) aperture it may be because governments fear a generalized panic. How will the world financial markets be affected? How will they be affected by extraterrestrial technology thereafter?
Most likely there’ll be a “false,” deceiving aperture because “nothing is certain in a trillion dollar industry filled with cover-ups. But changes do take place. Perhaps the population will have about 6 days to digest information that will change life forever.
Martial Law will be declared in a number of places in the world. The media will say that UFO stories were true after all. INTERNET will be working at maximum capacity. There will be some technical problems.
In Budhism, Hinduism and Spiritism there’s belief in extraterrestrial existence. Some other religions may have a problem with that.
There will be opposing and favorable opinions about ufological opening. Opposing: More armament will fall into aggressive hands. In favor: Technology can help people.
By the time of that dialogue/controversy perhaps more will be known about who the ETs are and what they want?
Who are they and what do they want?
Are they a threat or are they friendly? Are they in fact “extraterrestrials?” Are they intelligent machines? Are they terrestrial entities? Are they “extra” or ultradimensionals? Are they angels or demons? Are they time travellers? Are they from the future and cannot interact with us openly so as not to alter the future?
Are we like laboratory rats? Are they in a rescue mission? Do they want our DNA? Do they want to create a new type of species and-or save their own species? Do they want to eat our meat perhaps like the mutilated cows? Some evidence indicates that they were alive when they were eaten. 30,000 persons disappear every year.
Do they want our souls? Do they want our “oasis” planet? Perhaps they want nothing? Do they have empathy towards human beings? What technological level do they have? Have they already infiltrated in our society? Would some hybrids be able to pass for us easily?
Giorgio Piacenza: I’ll add: Do they want us to teach them something (let’s not assume that they can’t learn some things from us). Do they want to have our capacities, even capacities which we have not clearly recognized in us?
Institutional, Social & Cultural Questions
Will some cultural foundations crack? Will some institutions suffer credibility problems for having previously hidden this reality? How much did they know inside the government? Who knew?
There will be a new “energy equation” (new sources of energy affecting societies, productions, the economy).
How will the legal system of countries with extraterrestrial presence change?
In the coming Age what is liberated-disclosed will determine what is going to happen.
How will the day-to-day life of people continue? How will the educational structure change?
History will be re-evaluated. With respect to anthropology and archaeology we will ask: What is true or false? Psychology will have questions like: Is it possible to control experiences and memories like some ETs have shown?
Exopolitics will grow. All politics will be global. Since Brazil is the 5th country in terms of population and area and with several ufologists it will become a ufological power.
From the presentation by Dr. Alexandre Dittrich Buhr “Proposal for an Ethics for the Encounter with Cosmic Civilizations”:
Dr. Buhr is a professor and a judge, with a MsC in legal sciences and lives in the Brazilian State of Santa Catarina (where important crop circles have been regularly appearing in the past few years). He’s also had a long-time interest in Space Law, is the author of “Direito Espacial” (Space Law) and clearly includes important Exopolitical considerations.
We have to consider Space Law, Ufological Events and Ethics: Space Law regulates how countries and businesses use space. Ufological Events need to be understood under a legal perspective and Ethic need to be developed for encounters with cosmic civilizations.
By convention In Aeronautical and Space Law the limit where space starts is at 100 Km over sea level. Space technology is present in daily life. Economy, agriculture, airplanes already use space related technology.
There is Public International Space Law; Public Internal Space Law and Private International Space Law.
Space activities tend to be messy. However, there have been some treaties like the foundational 1967 Space Treaty, the 1968 Agreement on the Return of Astronauts and the Return of Objects Launched into Outer Space, the 1972 Space Liability Convention (how states are responsible when satellites fall), the 1974 Registration Convention (only 62 signing states have to inform the UN of satellites launched and their orbits but military satellites are not controlled), the 1979 Moon Agreement (subscribed by very few countries). But the 1967 Space Treaty is for the good and interests of ALL countries, stating that nothing from Outer Space can be an object of national appropriation. But the U.S. probably places weapons in space even if the UN is in agreement with the spirit of the 1967 Treaty.
Brazil has already celebrated treaties with the European Space Agency (ESA), Germany, Argentina, Chile, China, Colombia, France, India, Russia, Ukraine and the US. Brazil has been a member of the United Nation’s COPUOS (Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space) since its foundation in 1959.
It is currently considered that private activity is not contemplated under Space Law. This includes activities like space tourism, asteroid mining exploitation and rendering services to space agencies. There also is the issue of space waste. Also militarization of outer space is prohibited but it is done. There are unilateral and multilateral considerations. There’s the possibility of “space terrorism” (like attacking necessary satellites). There also is the possibility of encounters with hostile cosmic civilizations.
For most aerospace legal authorities there is no UFO phenomenon to consider. However, the violation of air space requires a legal interpretation. Also the issue of human contamination due to contact with extraterrestrial organisms requires more understanding. Moreover, the Penal Code would apply to implants, as a form of creating damage to the human body. It would also apply for sexual experiences during abductions and to the sanctity ofhome space violations. Some UFO-ET related events typified in the (Brazilian) Penal Code are implants generating corporal lesions (art 129), subtraction and/or placement of genetic material (213), kidnapping and withholding a person (art 150), illegal subjection of a person.
Mario Nogueira Rangel who wrote “Secuestros Alienígenas” (Extraterrestrial Abductions) made clear that many symptoms associated to the Abductions are violations both of the Penal Code and of Human Rights. However, we should recognize that there also are positive types of contacts. Think of Ezequiel’s experiences and of Elizabeth Klarer’s reference to the extraterrestrial Akon from Alpha Centauri. Interestingly J.J. Hurtak provided additional insights to the revealed names present in Klarer’s case.
But how should we position ourselves before a variety of extraterrestrial encounters? We need to develop an ethical understanding, a philosophical understanding and Interplanetary Space Law. We need to identify who they are and if they correlate with our basic ethical norms. We need to develop the philosophy of Interplanetary Space Law. For instance was the European civilization that brought modernity but enslaved so many in the New World good or bad? Are older extraterrestrial civilizations that have been interacting for a long time with us but which violate our rights good or bad?
From the presentation by Dr. Michael Salla “Exodiplomacy: How will Humanity Negotiate with the Extraterrestrial Visitors”:
“Exodiplomacy” is defined as the profession, activity or skill of managing diplomatic interplanetary relations by national and/or planetary representatives. There are many events signaling an increasing recognition of issues dealing with the extraterrestrial presence. Exoplanets are being discovered; in 2009 the Pontificial Academy of Sciences held an astrobiology conference; followed by the Royal Society conference on the Scientific, Societal Agenda on the Discovery of Extraterrestrial Life. On September 18-19, 2014 there was a NASA -SETI – Library of Congress symposium called “Preparing for Discovery.” The message (in agreement with the Royal Society is that it is important to prepare.
Dr. Salla announced that the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii, a sovereignty independence political movement dedicated land to welcome the extraterrestrial visitors and could be a lead which governments could follow.
Regarding the practice of exodiplomacy who will represent the Earth? The UN? Major nations? Amnesty International? Popular Individuals? The Dalai Lama? Is there a role for private citizens? We can speak of “second track” exodiplomacy which includes non-official efforts to establish lines of communication. We need to educate society. However, discovery of extraterrestrial life may have already happened and secret negotiations may have taken place. For instance, Canadian Engineer Wilbert Smith found that UFOs exist and that they were the most highly classified matter in the U.S. Also, whistleblowers claim that President Eisenhower had two secret meetings with extraterrestrials (one at Edwards AFB in 1954 and one at Holloman AFB in 1955). Moreover, former Canadian Minister of DefencePaul Hellyer believes (as stated in his 2014 “Money Maffia” book) that secret negotiations with ET races have taken place. First-hand testimonies also suggest that alien technology has been reversed-engineered.
Dr. Salla informed us that – according to the U.S. Constitution – the U.S. senate has to ratify International Treaties but that “Executive Agreements” “other than treaties” are allowed. If such agreements had been held in 1954, 60 years would have passed until today (2014).
However, “Galactic Diplomacy” or extraterrestrial contact is also already happening through private citizens and perhaps we already have enough information to start preparing as citizens for more open contact with ETs. We can also educate and prepare other private citizens.

INTRODUCTION
To develop Exopolitics we need to know who the ETs are. Developing a more proactive-interactive approach which is both verifiable and trust building we could find out more. We need to RELATE with them more and with greater awareness and equality.
Genuine contactees can contribute to this by assisting with the applications of scientific procedures. Furthermore, objective results would also legitimize their contact claims. It is 2014 and high time to shift ufological tactics first by relaxing many psychological, ideological and social prejudices and, quite simply…by attempting toscientifically verify the extraterrestrial presence with the assistance of some of these beings and their contactees.
With the growing abundance of documentaries on extraterrestrial life people are getting used to entertaining ideas and news about extraterrestrials, UFOs and contacts. Conventional documentaries sell the expectation of an eventual intelligent extraterrestrial contact mostly through technological means and the unconventional clearly suggest that it may be actually happening through means which often include mental, psychic, spiritual and-or advanced spacetime/reality manipulating means.
It is time to bring both consciousness and scientific approaches together to detect and measure unconventional flying vehicles in an objective manner and to augment any verifiable interaction with their designers.
we need to be bolder and to move into a more proactive, experimental stage blending scientific verification means and the mental-psychic-social contactee means. I do think so after considering that already – on occasions – some degree of collectively verifiable human-extraterrestrial interactions have taken place through contactees in agreement with intelligent extraterrestrial varieties. It is not so much a matter of possibility but of overcoming the prejudicesinhibiting us from even attempting it.
It is an issue of thinking beyond fears, a matter of surpassing social control mechanisms and limiting self-centered ‘comfort zones’. It is also a matter of intersubjective agreement. Instead of dismissing serious contactee efforts that may provide evidence but may also seem to be “pseudo-religious,” to the premises of our particular identity “tribe” let’s go out to the fields and find repeatable, objective evidence through experimental interaction! Empirical results are possible and the implications are vast. A new stage of Ufology suitable for Exopolitics is possible. Integrative Ufology: scientific, activist and psychic. The field demands this integration.
THE CONTEXT
We seem to be dealing with a phenomenon that bridges the gap between purely physical and purely psychic-social experiences and explanations of reality. However, to begin dealing with this adequately, first of all, the very term “extraterrestrial” must become legitimate and not the butt of jokes in the perspectives of social actors.
Under the build-up of social awareness on ET issues, any dramatic UFO phenomenon event may spur enough social demand and the possibility of some kind of citizen or government-induced public “disclosure.” But before that first, it would be good to try to find out who’s who among the ETs to be disclosed.
I think that certain types of extraterrestrial intelligences (or “ETI”) interacted with through a few serious contact groups may become more disposed to show up (materialize? temporarily relocate?) their vehicles less ambiguously and more regularly under telepathically established place, date and time. Some ETI may be willing to work with well-meaning, balanced individuals to boost a scientifically verifiable kind of Ufology.
THE PROPOSAL
We ought to initiate a new stage of research. Ever since the beginning of the modern era of “Ufology”, some researchers went on to work with contactees, telepaths and experiencers and others went on to work with classical “nuts & bolts” approximations establishing themselves as more “scientific” and dismissive of the former. Today, there’s evidence that each approximation is valid for different aspects of a reality that encompasses them. Thus, these knowledge worlds must merge. Genuine contacteeism should not be further dismissed as stemming from illusion and-or crank cases especially if independent researchers and media reporters are objectively verifying it.
The ETI connection between physical reality levels might occur through a non-physical, mental, information realm related to our subconscious minds and with which we are always connected. ETIs would be able to reach “our planet” not only by “tunneling” or quantum jumping between sectors of our universe but also among reality sectors, time rates and other parameters between various physical universes. This is why the concept of “ETI” would have to include the possibility of “transdimensionality.”
Let’s remember that the term “UFO” is an easy-to-use, but often imprecise, acronym pertinent to objects that have not been adequately identified, but if we have enough evidence that some of these objects are used by ETI, we should find another definition that applies to that. If we repeatedly verify in a reasonable way an intelligent interaction with objects connected with ETI after communicating with them we should apply another term, such as “ETV” (extraterrestrial vehicle) or such. Understanding these vehicles and the intelligences linked to them may be best done through a lessening of classical scientific strictures. The reason may be that, in order for them to function in our reality frame, subjective, probability-modifying, qualitative connections would also have to be in operation.
There are no clear statistics but I have the impression that for every few hundred or so typical abduction accounts (a la Budd Hopkins) there may be one that qualifies as communicative, friendly contact through invitation and respect of conscious choice. The requirement may be to possess a more permeable subconscious while in the conscious state. These types of contacts now seem to be less common and, due to our minds often being set on thinking of these encounters as truly “alien” and even manipulative they seem to be too nice to be true. However, generally speaking – even with benevolent, “space brother,” “classical contactee” cases – it is “them” (the particular extraterrestrial group involved) who generally decide how and who to initiate contact with.
For the most part, it seems that we are still too primitive, emotionally attached to simplistic, dichotomous views of reality and too unpredictable but – according to some contactees – we can still evolve way beyond that situation without co-dependent attachments to ETI.
Some ETI would be “benevolent” in the sense that they would believe that we can still “catch up” by awakening to actualize much greater dormant potentials. They would thus keep an eye on us advising and protecting our possibilities to evolve through a conscious effort. Moreover, these ETI varieties seem to be willing to communicate at least with a few of us a bit more under our communication styles as respectable entities of equal worth.
Other ETI groups not knowing what we may become and observing not only that we are destroying our ecosystems but that we have not yet obtained a decent planetary coherence as a species may have the right to take advantage of us, for instance by hybridizing with us to “enhance” us by producing hybrids. However, whether we see “eye to eye” with them or not this “taking advantage” may also be beneficial to us as future incarnating souls as we blens with another species perhaps generating a more balanced one.
However, I think the highest path for us relates to consciously chosen, VOLUNTARY forms of contact in which fear and limiting attachments are overcome and important information is consciously gained. As most ETs seem to be benevolent or neutral (and playing by non-undue interference rules) according to most experiencers, most ET contacts also seem to lead to spiritual and personal development.
Let us find some bona fide contactees that seem to work with varieties of ETI willing to interact more openly in a mutually respectful manner. It would beeasier to interact with human-looking ETs. Some called them “Adamic Race” ETs.
In George Adamski’s time, few other witnesses (like Madeleine Rodeffer) were able to see and film the craft or to accompany the main protagonist to a contact experience. Most of the alleged physical contactees from the 1950’s had experiences almost exclusively reserved to them as it’s been known through their individual testimonies. It seems that when the possibility of making these experiences more collectively verifiable was increasing, the “CONTACTEE ERA” (a window of opportunity in time) was questioned to the point of almost coming to a close. It didn’t make much difference even if some pictures (like for instance Paul Villa’s) really looked outstanding.
The many alleged contact cases with human-looking, conversant and friendly ETI known in the 1950s were almost forgotten and contacts with other kinds of ETI naturally surged from the 1960s on. We don’t need to condemn that but to understand it as a natural shift after easier contacts were rejected. Apparently, society and those in the know within Government would not believe such lofty propositions. Their values and intersubjective agreements would have to evolve to accept heartfelt information for them to get more objective evidence or to permit social change.
The first human-looking ETs seemed to invite us through a feeling of trust towards a higher form of living and it was not a mind thing. Grays and other ETs seem to be less healthy and needier but most may not actually be “negative.”
For various reasons the tendency in the world’s northern hemisphere was -generally speaking – also unable to match the more flexible – even if less analytical – adaptive mindset in some of the best (albeit few), coherent, idealist, Latin American contact groups, able to blend spirituality, some degree of intellectual coherence and hard work with a natural, easygoing INTERSUBJECTIVE connectivity and acceptance of the extraterrestrial presence as “elder brothers” or simply…as friends. Thus, a different contact plan with a different subgroup of ETIs was implemented in Latin America in the 1970s.
While most contact procedures in the Northern Hemisphere apparently became more, instrumental, intrusive, matter-of-fact, one-sided and result-driven, the ones in the Southern Hemisphere became subtler, more open to voluntary participation, but also at times tending towards sociological forms of psycho-spiritual cultism and over-idealization. However, contacts were real…even physically so and occasionally verifiedin a collective way.
And today there’s a slowly growing awareness that a dynamic middle ground compromise accepting greater objectivity (while maintaining spiritual idealism) can be achieved. In the beginning, mostly due to a non-scientific attitude and to great respect for the “extraterrestrial guides” only in very rare instances did people bring along their cameras to try to document the ETI presence. Now, there’s a mildly growing interest in using video and photo cameras to document what is happening and with it there are more opportunities for a more modern kind of worldwide recognition.
Ufologists and scientists in the more rigidly intellectual “north” should at least suspend judgment as much as possible and go see what is happening with a spirit of genuine scientific exploration and straightforward sincerity. This is what Michael Salla (political scientist) and Paola Harris (investigative journalist) did through a particular serious contactee as reported in http://exopolitics.org/extraterrestrial-message-for-humanity/ and in http://edy.rdz.mybluehost.me/exonews/encounter-antarel-mt-shasta/. They verified the possibility of a peaceful, interaction with ETI.
In my view, those experiences can be repeated and improved in different countries with the respect and CONSENT of the particular friendly (and more human-compatible) extraterrestrial beings directly associated. That would be more exopolitically convenient for humanity at large since these beings seem to respect our self-determination much more markedly. Moreover, it should be repeated in a progressive manner with the aim of building genuine, amicable relationships of trust and respect, not only with the ETI but with ourselves, growing, learning and respecting the process involved.
Contact would also induce us to think of ourselves as a single species or family worldwide, overcoming hyper nationalisms and, if we connect more with each other like this, the various groups of ET (acting different plans and provisions in case of different eventualities) may see as a whole that we are more deserving of sovereignty.
Our worldviews, premises, and paradigms (now mired in conflicting views, materialism, lack of trust and even excessive post-modern relativism) will definitely receive a refreshing expansive influence after “first contact” becomes unequivocally clear in a conscious, worldwide sense or after a socially impacting form of disclosure is widely acknowledged. However, we still need to learn much more about benign forms of contact which not only are easier to assimilate by honest, rational human minds but also offering a communicative broad-spectrum picture. We need to converse with them’ and to know ‘who’s who’ among them. For this, we would need to psychologically move beyond the traditional “let’s first consider them as potential enemies” military-like, approach and this shift in view could even officially take place through gradual, voluntary contacts and interactions establishing trust.
We can bring together useful intelligent, QUALITATIVE approaches that, due to our self-investment in the partial solutions of dichotomous thinking, only SEEMED UNREAL AND NON-CREDIBLE. What can arise from this is not only a form of “scientific contacteeism” and a more “proactive exopolitics” but also an “experimental ufology” and, in the latter case (with increasing degrees of cooperation from ETI) we could have more opportunities to measure energy fields and other aspects related to various scientific theories that may begin to explain the physical, “trans physical” and-or “interdimensional” nature of devices that operate across levels of reality. The bulk of the effort, of coming together and research would fall upon human shoulders, not upon the “space brothers” (a perfectly valid term) who – in my view and that of a majority of contactees (in spite of detractors prejudices) are not here to “save us.” They are not here to save us as is often generalized among intellectuals and researchers that often OVERSIMPLIFY contacteeism.
Through specific contactees and through their psychic-psychological-ethical, group-based contact methods (however “naïve” and “soft” they may seem) there may rise opportunities for accredited scientists and for objective “citizen scientists” to verify the interactive contacts; also greater opportunities to interact and communicate with ETI first hand. That is important and that is a possibility. A step forward to look up to.
I understand that contacts through genuine telepathy and telepathic, instrumental psychography are generally more respectful of human dignity and more accurate and I understand that, through them, the contact can sometimes be verified, for instance, through consecutive and simultaneous communication receptions, synchronicities and sufficiently unequivocal specifically expected verification sightings. However, to be fair, I must say that it is known that psychiatrist Mario Dussuel (advisor to Chile’s formal UAP/UFO research office CEFAA) carried on some proactive scientific contact experiences through the use of voice channeling. He requested a particular extraterrestrial group to provide a way to analyze the substance of “foo fighters” and apparently was soon given a PHYSICAL SAMPLE through another person and the analysis was performed. Therefore, there may be other methods but we must be careful so as not to deceive ourselves or be interfered by negative ETI groups or other entities.
THE FEAR
The fear of being made fun of by peers inside academic, political and other modern institutions and then shunned from opportunities has been a powerful deterrent against serious research into genuine contacteeism. There simply is a stubborn resistance to consider something as crucial, especially through means outside of recognized academic methods. But the evidence for a reality that urges to be recognized will eventually win out against avoidance, closed-mindedness, denial, and fear.
Let me state that I do admire the work of regular scientists revealing the cosmos in other specific, valid, necessary, objective and conventional ways. I’m all for SETI, ESA and NASA’s continued discoveries and look forward to the launch of the Tess and James Webb Telescope Missions. The scientists’ revealing of patterns in the known physical universe may reflect deeper aspects of the non-physical cosmos. Their discoveries are necessary. In fact, connecting with ETI through alternative telepathic and contactee means may not necessarily reveal to us all there is to know as some ETI may want to avoid propitiating co-dependencies or not be willing to inform us of everything they know. Thus scientific research (also open to open dialogue with the humanities and social sciences) should remain just as important in order to develop our understanding even after widely acknowledged verification or disclosure.
However, (even if not coinciding with current theoretical frameworks or being taken seriously by most individuals with PhDs) credible evidence for an intelligent extraterrestrial presence does already exist, should be carefully looked into and should be creatively approached. Scientific but non-conventional methods are called for. If institution-based scientists remain unwilling to work with contactees to verify human-ETI interaction with a new breed of “citizen scientists” also providing objectively-gathered evidence can promote knowledge and disclosure.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The next step is to try to develop a rapport with the extraterrestrial entities willing to establish a dialogue, gradually but clearly allowing us to verify their presence. It is not something naive because it has already been gradually happening on a small scale. We can take the small-scale methods and what was learned and try to verify even more publicly.
“They” may be willing not only to appear with their craft at a set location, date and time but to eventually – for instance – facilitate us filming or taking pictures of their vehicles, perhaps during the daytime. That’s were science and scientific equipment can come in. Some reporters have even been occasionally able to witness and-or film anomalous aerial objects through some contactees. “They” may agree to move their craft in a certain way or produce certain energy emissions following our requests and a type of experimental verification could take place.
CITIZEN SCIENTISTS may be able to work with some open-minded, respectful accredited scientists but if the latter don’t show up the “CITIZEN SCIENTISTS” could produce serious evidence so that academic interest in actually verifying and communicating with ETI through contactees may follow. Of course, the work of citizen scientists can also be scientifically valid and deserve due respect and also being reproduced.
We would have to come to terms with the legal status of ETI as much as with our own legal status in the cosmos (or analogous concept) according to ETI procedures and understandings. For instance, we would have to understand whether existing in a physical-but- non-completely physical form and materializing more to coincide within our reality frame exempts ETI from our legal prohibition against flying over our nation’s skies without permission.
We would have to come to terms with the likely fact that “they” have been coming and going before we even thought what a “legal status” was in the modern sense of the word. We would have to consider that perhaps “they” (how many and why?) have influenced our cultural and biological evolution over eons. We may have to understand that we already share the planet with them. We would have to learn to communicate with them also according to their understandings.
It is time to make direct contact, solidifying the evidence in an undeniable way, dialoguing together with verifiable events to build our knowledge of who ‘they’ are, what their plans are, their differences, agreements, excesses, and so forth.
We also need to know who ‘we’ are in relation to ‘them’ and who expects what from us in the larger scheme of things.
I think that treating contactee and UFO research in a non-trivial way will be a first step crucial to be treated by most ETI varieties as incipiently or sufficiently responsible, intelligent, or as equals and sovereign, beings whose conscious minds deserve to be respectfully consulted before interactions.
CONCLUSION
It is time to think much more inclusively. This is not wishy-washy thinking. It is vital to survive. The contact experience itself doesn’t need to be limited to individuals without scientific training. It can take place both with a subjective-intersubjective approach as well as with an objective evidence-gathering approach.
Both skeptical, materialist scientists claiming that there’s little or even “no shred of evidence” that we are being ‘visited’ and small segments of humanity claiming to already be involuntary contact with ETI needs to come together recognizing the merits of each other’s methodologies as their exclusivist attitudes become passé. The phenomenon itself may decide to increase its demonstrations worldwide because it may be urgent for us and them that we do not to destroy the Earth’s ecology. They may not want to show up in a shocking way but may also try to legitimize their presence by appearing to members of formal institutions.
Knowing when and where extraterrestrials may become detectable would give accredited scientists and “citizen scientists” time to prepare for careful data gathering including the use of measurement devices such as infrared, gamma-ray, x-ray, detectors. Perhaps the decay of spacecraft produced particles into gamma rays expected by theorists like Robert L. Schroeder can be tested. The role of consciousness, the subconscious, premonition, why some individuals can clearly see an ETI vehicle and someone next to them can be better understood. How can science grow by understanding UFOs? Is it a science of resonance in which consciousness is paramount?
Taking simultaneous pictures at a known distance between two cameras preferably in the daytime and with some clouds for reference and (with ETI consent) could be useful to triangulate the distance from materialized ETI objects establishing that they are indeed three dimensional, of a certain size and apparent distance as they become detectable in our spacetime reality.
I also take the proposal of working with bona fide contactees and willing extraterrestrial entities as an enhancement over already interesting and partially successful CE-5 methods because of the particularity of being friends with ‘them’, knowing who ‘they’ are, and when and where they will manifest. This would lead to more repetitive, experimental opportunities. What is need the most is not to dismiss offhand the requirement to work in a respectful manner with the finest available contactees, whether we agree or not with their ideologies or with their more qualitative, subjective-intersubjective methods. Contactees, contactee supporters, accredited scientists, citizen scientists and also the general public, cultural leaders and politicians al need to grow up. Given that most people may not be serious enough, nor ethically motivated or sufficiently easy-going about full-blown, open contact interactions, most likely the process would have to be relatively gradual. However, it needs to get on its way. We need to learn to think like an intelligence observing us observing outside of our historical routines to stop the stupid destruction of our lives, political systems, and environment.
Verified, objective interactions connected with associated extraterrestrial information could also gradually inform our exopolitical considerations. We could assign more credence to some of the information imparted about cosmic history, human history and the structure of an intelligent cosmic community. Some of us could even have onboard contact opportunities and ETI ambassadorship may gradually manifest. The UN would have to establish a multinational research office and congressional hearings would ensue.
Practical, empirical results that can be analyzed would help scientists overcome their prejudice against the possibility of directly affecting physically verifiable phenomena through an interactive “space” not limited to a rigid external reality. Even the possibility of scientists experiencing some degree of verifiable physical and-or “trans physical” contact themselves could happen.
Not facing these mind-expanding challenges would probably signal that we are an unviable, closed-minded species, incapable of adapting beyond close-at-hand realities (local realism) or facing current planetary challenges as a whole.
Exopolitical activist Mr.Stephen Bassett has come up with a worthy revision of key terms and concepts inherited from “Ufology,” the media and allegedly from some government tactics. However, they are inaccurate but are still used in “Exopolitics.” I find the revision of terms and concepts necessary. Remaining focused upon a limiting and inaccurate set of terms we probably contribute to keeping these fields limited to non-serious, popular accounts. We reassert a poor treatment of a most crucial event in human history: Recognizing the extraterrestrial presence and its implications. Thus, to enhance acceptance and respectability we need to think more clearly and to use more exact terms. Here are some points shared by Mr. Bassett at a conference called “Experiencers Speak.”
“Disclosure” = Formal acknowledgement by governments of an intelligent extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. Some candidate governments for this would be France, Russia, China and the U.S. It should be distinguished from small “d” disclosure or the gradual release of information (often with a “spin”) gradually suggesting that an intelligent extraterrestrial presence is a valid proposition.
“Cover-up” = While it represents hiding the truth of an ET presence it also connoted an illegal action. However, according to Bassett it was a legal action. Therefore, “Truth Embargo” would be more accurate and is the term created and preferred by Bassett. I think that the legality and constitutionality of the secrecy can be debated either way even if it was initiated by an Executive Command from the President: How far can something so important extend without adequate checks and balances?
What is clear for Mr. Bassett (and I concur) is that unending secrecy and lies over things that matter to us all are a “toxic poison” to the social contract.
According to Mr. Bassett the word “Alien” should go. I agree because it implies disconnection, extreme difference and a distance not conducive to the possibility of improving mutually agreeable relations. On the other hand, he prefers the term “extraterrestrial” which – although lengthy – is more appropriate. However, I think that a new term may have to be invented to take into consideration the possibility that in many cases we may be dealing with beings coming from alternative physical universes including other physical densities connected with ours.
Mr. Bassett proposed that the acronym “UFO” would also have to go as it always refers to an unknown or unidentified object while in some cases we can be sure that some UFOs are vehicles. He prefers (I suppose when applicable to some cases only) “ET vehicle” or “ET craft.” The word “flying saucer” would also have to go and for accuracy’s sake I agree. Definitely these vehicles are not“saucers” and such terms decrease the chances of others taking them seriously. If we drop the limiting tern “UFO” Mr. Bassett also logically suggested we should replace the term “Ufologist” suggesting “Extraterrestrial Phenomenon Researcher.” It makes sense to me.
In the same vein, Mr. Basset suggested that “Believer” should be dropped because it is an epithet and also a classical government prop to make people interested in the reality or possibility of extraterrestrial presence sound too deficient or weak of mind. “Truther” would be alike. Instead of speaking about us as “believers” we should say that we are “convinced by the evidence” as that opens the stage for speaking about evidence thus showing that such conviction can be substantiated by reasonable individuals.
Also Mr. Bassett said that the word “paranormal” should be eliminated because – as Mr. Bassett asserts – there is nothing in this universe which is not NORMAL. “Paranormal” is only that which has not been explained yet by current science (or rather scientists) and this current understanding doesn’t have to be the last word.
This reminds me of a common mistake which many regular individuals and even committed skeptics make. I think that when they can’t understand what may be causing a phenomenon quite habitually they erroneously say that they “can’t find a logical explanation.” They should in fact be saying that they “cannot find a conventionalexplanation” because in some cases the presence of extraterrestrials capable of producing advanced space-time manipulation effects can be a perfectly logical possibility. Saying that we can’t find a “logical” explanation commits us to treating the phenomenon forever outside of the realm of reason and understanding.
Regarding the geometric formations appearing every year on cereal fields Mr. Bassett mentioned that “Crop Circles” was basically harmless even if inappropriate. However he preferred the more precise term “agriglyphs” which I also prefer (along with “agroglyphs”)from a more technical standpoint.
Finally, Mr. Bassett mentioned the words “contactee,”“abductee” and “experiencer.” As a practical person Mr. Bassett preferred the word “contactee” as a unifying term. But since there are different kinds of contact experiences, shouldn’t we distinguish “abduction contactees,” “voluntary contactees” “mental contactees” and so forth or lump these and other variations together under the term “experiencer” as Harvard psychiatrist Dr. John Mack used? I don’t know which term or classification system would be best but I also think we need to distinguish among types of experiences.
In “Experiencers Speak” Mr. Bassett also suggested that the varieties of beings interacting with us (at least those most commonly seen) may be our “near peers.” That is an interesting observation with which I tend to concur. Given the long time other civilizations may have had to evolve in the Universe, the ones interacting with us may not be so advanced. However, he also proposes that the odds of “them” being physically similar to us or to some Earth-based species must be low so that the types of being observed may be enhancements of beings previously taken from Earth. I’m not so clear about this; it could be that certain forms are adaptable and reappear in similar environments.
However, the issue of how far our species already exists in some form or another beyond Earth has to be considered. If we are a combined product of a divine blueprint inhabiting local anthropoid-hominid biological vessels enhanced by various ET groups we may already be a universal species. Aspects of our humanity may exist as other beings in the Cosmos. Also, who qualifies as a “Human” with all the rights to be treated as such? Are there Earth humans and otherworldly humans some of which are closer to the way we are as mammals and some which may not be? According to a theological perspective being created in “God’s image” refers to having a self-conscious intelligence, being able to recognize other beings with those qualities and being capable of making conscious free will choices. In that case whether we have a torso, head, two arms and two legs or eight slippery tentacles and three eyes would not be the essential fact that matters. What do they sense and feel? How refined their feelings and emotions can be and how self-reflective and free they are to make choices above and beyond their evolutionary bio-psychological tendencies may be more important to keep in mind to come up with new definitions.

F.R.E.E. (the Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters) is being launched. It is being organized to bring together psychotherapists, hypnotherapists and other dedicated researchers in the field of general “experiencer” (contactee and-or abduction) research. F.R.E.E. is a step forward toward legitimizing not only UFO research but also the recognition of the possibility that there may actually be interactions with extraterrestrial intelligences ocurring under ways that have not been seriously considered by most academics.
F.R.E.E. is also open to the contributions of academics like social scientists and its explorations and exchanges would benefit from the sincer, well- informed input of philosophers and theologians. Exopolitics and capable exopoliticians are also welcome in a field that requires open-ended but compatible and healthy integrative collaboration.
F.R.E.E aims at understanding “encounter experiences” in their multiple aspects; a class of human experiences which – due to multiple layers of evidence acummulating over several decades – cannot be simply tossed aside anymore either from a scientific or from ethical point of view. As a unique, real phenomenon experienced by human kind it is significant and the scientific, cultural, ethical and political implications also are quite significant.
F.R.E.E. aims at providing psychological & community support for those individuals that may need it.
F.R.E.E. is open to consider a wide-range of perspectives on a variety of encounter experiences. Moreover, F.R.E.E. also aims at shedding new light into physics (a physics which includes consciousness, ufological “high strangeness” and other “classical reality-challenging” phenomena associated with alleged contacts with extraterrestrial intelligences). This more complete physics is needed to understand how might technologically advanced intelligences reach and interact with us overcoming space-time limitations. Regarding it, the concept of a “quantum hologram” is now being particularly explored by physicists at F.R.E.E. as it begins to provide an explanatory mechanism that connects non-locality with macroscopic structures as well as quantitative and qualitative aspects of experience.

There’s work going on at NASA which might be slowly revealing a shift in mindset from conventional action-reaction, Newtonian science and denial of extraordinary (i.e “non-classic”) events into a more “exotic,” very useful, no-nonsense science perfectly allowed by the known laws of physics. The “Alcubierre Drive” (based on a paper published in 1994 by Miguel Alcubierre) is becoming feasible. CNN gave the news on 06/18/2014 but advances had been in the works at least officially for a few years. The news mentioned travelling “faster than the speed of light” which is not quite accurate but, nonetheless, the possibility of developing technology to reach distant locations like Alpha Centauri within months or even two weeks made the news a bit of a pro (ET presence) disclosure, an eye-opener.
The chief scientist working on such important interstellar matters for NASA is Engineer Harold “Sonny” White.

Dr. White has accumulated over 15 years of experience working in the aerospace industry with Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and NASA.”“Wormholes” and “Warp Drives” come to mind to practically travel great distances in space as allowed by Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity. Both involve manipulating the “fabric” of spacetime and both would require an exotic form of energy known as “negative energy” and-or “negative vacuum energy” which – as of today – is conventionally difficult to obtain.
“Warp Drives” refer to encapsulating spaceships inside a distorted spacetime “bubble” (warped or distorted in relation to an exterior spacetime reference frame). They’re about expanding spacetime behind the spaceship more than at its front (the direction they want to travel). The vehicle thus encapsulated inside this “bubble” would “surf” or “slide” towards a destiny focused ahead of the contracting front and, since there’s is no limit in principle to the amount of space contraction and dilation, it would be able to “surf” at relative speeds many times that of light. More specifically, in relation to the quantum vacuum (which can have different energy densities), two distinct spacetime energy densities derived from that vacuum can move faster than “C” in relation to each other.

While inside the altered spacetime “bubble,” the spaceship itself never travels beyond “C” (the speed of light limit in the vacuum), but that spacetime “bubble” in relation to the spacetime frame outside of it can indeed “move” faster than “C” carrying along the vehicle inside toward an otherwise unbearably distant destination. Impractical differences in the passage of time occurring through Lorentzian effects incurred when accelerating close to the speed of light (but within the same spacetime energy density) would also be overcome. After the warp field/“bubble” within which “surfing astronauts” are traveling is turned off, the time passed within it would correspond to the time passed outside. Passengers would return to their original time frame without having incurred Lorentzian time-dilation effects.
I wonder if the alleged electrogravitational “Biefeld-Brown Effect” is a related way to generate an Alcubierre or Alcubierre-type of propulsion effect. Regarding this effect (thoroughly researched by Thomas Towsend Brown who produced available and also classified patents) it is alleged that – in a disc-shaped, high k (dielectric) capacitor which distributes charges in opposite directions, space-time dips into a “well” on the side of the positive charges as it simultaneously expands as a “hill” on the side of negative charges. Also, allegedly some configurations with high dielectrics, extremely high pulsed voltages and different amperage may result in thrust and movement towards the positive charges even in a hard vacuum, eliminating the possibility that the effect is only due to a coronal discharge interacting with air. Perhaps space-time itself is also distorted by this method which is said to generate a separate, modified space-time “bubble” around a craft, isolating it from inertial effects as it moves in relation to exterior space-time. Does this system also produce negative energy states?
Thomas Townsend Brown tested many disc-shaped capacitors. His work should be considered even today.
The expansion and contraction of gravitational forces would (like in the Alcubierre Drive concept) allow a craft to “surf the cosmos” within its own modified space-time that would (in different degrees) be uncoupled or out of phase with ordinary, exterior space-time. The most efficient shapes, materials, pulsed frequencies, the architecture of multiple smaller capacitors and other details must be classified.
NASA’s Advanced Propulsion Physics Laboratory (“Eagleworks”) is the lab working (within the Johnson Space Center, in Houston, TX) on this promising development and, thus far, there seems to have been some success in spite of the small amount of funding given for this project (perhaps in the order of 50,000 USD). However, scientists are working in a laboratory that was also used to develop inertial components for the Apollo Missions and which can be isolated from vibrations outside. They also have access to precision instruments because the measurements they are attempting to make (with small warp field-generating prototypes) are very small.
The positive effects apparently obtained as of today are tiny but likely (about to be replicated and sufficiently verified) as “proof-of-concept,” perhaps thereafter eventually “maturing” into a practical application. Still, much needs to be carefully tested but, apparently, these almost “proof-of-concept” experiments are quite promising. For success in interstellar travel activities, it seems crucial to produce “negative density/negative pressure,” through a charged negative potential “ring” (or torus) perpendicular to the craft. Capacitors are being used with this toroidal topography. Alcubierre originally suggested his drive would be more feasible with “exotic” negative energy. However, Dr. Harold White has shown that the required potential field may be sustained by using toroidal capacitors with positive energy oscillating within. However, I understand that in order to expand spacetime behind the craft that positive energy oscillating within the toroidal capacitors would still have to produce negative energy states that can be directed.
As one increases the oscillation and the thickness of the toroidal component one may need less exotic mass-energy requirement to produce the space warp but there would be no flat space left for the spacecraft and the oscillations could destroy it. So, in order to protect the spacecraft and its occupants, a careful relationship between the frequency of the oscillation and the thickness of the 3D torus must be found along with a proper separate spacetime warp bubble around the spacecraft, all the while preserving the flat region where the spacecraft is located. To facilitate this, Dr. White found that it would be useful to add a second 3D torus producing the oscillations.

I wonder if the metamaterials being studied by To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA) and the proposals of Dr. Jack Sarfatti can be added into the mix 1) To facilitate the production of negative energy states that expand spacetime, 2) The weakening of the rigidity of spacetime to be able to distort it with even less mass-energy requirement and 3) To facilitate the isolation of the spacecraft from the spacetime warp forming a surrounding Alcubierre Drive-shaped bubble.
A question to think about: May current toroidal “ring” forms perpendicular to the section containing the spaceship crew eventually evolve into whole ellipsoidal forms and/or double discs, thus classic UFO shapes? If we continue to surround the central “cabin” with thick rings or torii it looks like we could form an enclosed ovoid. Another question is whether opening an energy flow from the vacuum (obtaining from the vacuum the energy to oscillate) would potentiate the effect.

The warped bubble of spacetime apparently created inside that negative potential “ring” or torus would be FLAT. Thus the craft inside this “bubble” would experience ZERO acceleration and – within its own frame of reference – it wouldn’t, in fact, go faster than the speed of light.The central region of the bubble (where the warp space spaceship is) would remain within the astronaut’s original spacetime frame and not be affected by relativistic time dilation. But there is no theoretical limit for the speed the spacetime bubble would be able to move with respect to the contextual spacetime in the rest of the universe.
Without feeling/experiencing any acceleration or a challenge to inertia people or objects inside the craft (itself inside the warp or “bubble”) would not crash against the walls. Interestingly Dr. White found (in 2011 and 2012), by making the “ring” (the torus) thicker (like a “lifesaver” candy) the effects are potentiated; while the flatness of space is decreased (would not be a good thing for crew members) the mechanical ‘strain’ required to manipulate spacetime is decreased; meaning that less negative energy would be needed to achieve the Alcubierre Drive effect. Thus the energy density inside the warp or “bubble” would collapse many orders of magnitude. For a 10-meter diameter craft, by thickening the “ring,” “torus” or “donut shape,” the Jupiter-size mass as an energy source once needed can be reduced to, let’s say, the mass the Voyager spacecraft.
Alcubierre’s original work required the use of “negative energy” to expand spacetime behind the spaceship and this poses a technical difficulty. As shown in the first image perhaps the single torus can be doubled. Different configurations can be experimented upon. In a basic presentation found at a Space Vision’s Student Conference found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKTgNCGhq9Y Dr. White explains that “A series of Barium Titanate ceramic capacitors are charged to very high (DC) voltages to establish a very large potential energy, to establish a blue-shifted frame relative to the lab. The net effect according to the field equations should change the perceived wavelength of that leg of the interferometer for a photon as it moves through that (warped) region.” Moreover, “The interference patterns seem to change as a function of time.”
Experimenters are also trying to find Fourier transform changes. They have detected some interesting but (as per this article) not definitive changes. As of today I’ve found little information about the oscillating charge-discharge frequencies used but suspect that they are a key component also needed to magnify the Alcubierre Drive Effect. Could it be that frequencies that may cancel out and “warp” our 4D regular spacetime (possessing a specific stable energy density framework in the quantum vacuum) would be understood as out of phase multiples of a fundamental spacetime oscillation in which our known universe is located?
With a Helium-Neon laser-based interferometer detecting shifting light interference properties Dr. White and his team are trying to measure a small-scale warp bubble effect to achieve proof-of-concept. The effect to be measured is very tiny (about 1/100 a wavelength of light) so it requires much precision and a seismically isolated room and computer analysis to overcome the signal-to-noise ratio. Perhaps a larger prototype will show a greater effect. They are also trying to use a Fabry-Perot interferometer to measure it. A spaceship sent to Alpha or Beta Centauri would have to start with a small acceleration in order for its spacetime “bubble” to continue to move forward in relation to the outer frame of reference. I don’t know how the direction of movement could be re-directed.
The amount of energy required would be a function of the radius. A much smaller amount of negative energy would still be needed with a thicker toroidal capacitor and an adequately fabricated potential field. Moreover, the possibility of learning to produce some of it became real since in 2017 WashingtonState University physicists published in Physical Review Letters “Negative-Mass Hydrodynamics in a Spin-Orbit-Coupled Bose-Einstein Condensate” and University of Rochester physicists published in Nature Physics “Anomalous Dispersion of Microcavity Trion-Polaritons.” In both cases, small amounts of negative energy states were produced and verified. For space-time to ‘know’ which direction to contract and to expand – if indeed it is “catalytic” – one would need to accelerate first with a conventional propulsion system to establish an initial velocity relative to some ecliptic or solar inertial frame. Then turn the field on.
Then space expands and contracts as a result, but not itself as a catalyst, contracting in the front and expanding behind. The spaceship would then be carried within the “bubble” in the direction of the contraction and spacetime as a reference frame can move faster than “C” in relation to the spacetime frame exterior to the bubble. We would have an oscillating potential field given by the relationdϕ/dt. I wonder about adequate frequencies and if a frequency multiple as a rotating or counter-rotating field out of phase with a fundamental 4D spacetime frequency would be useful. For this, we would need to know if there is a basic resonant frequency within the fabric of our spacetime.
Another approach that is being tried at NASA’s Eagleworks Lab: Instead of placing a ring of potential energy around the beam path they tried to put a very high potential region in the middle of the light beam path. So a capacitor was placed in the middle of the beam path and they apparently got even more interesting results.
Calculations explained by Dr. Harold White show that increasing the thickness of the torus-ring and oscillating the bubble field intensity would reduce the amount of energy required for a PRACTICAL Alcubierre “propulsion” implementation. I wonder how much negative energy would it still be necessary and whether a particular configuration of the oscillating potential field is able of producing it.
Update (April, 1st 2020): Maybe recent work conducted by To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA) on anomalous metamaterials will show that negative energy states capable of expanding spacetime can be harnessed from the quantum vacuum. I suppose that the negative resonances produced in these metamaterials when pumped by high-frequency EM energy (perhaps in the terahertz range) might also produce “anti-gravity” negative energy states.

Moreover, besides the toroidal topography that (as demonstrated by Dr. Harold White) diminishes the amount of energy needed to warp spacetime, perhaps these metamaterials (with unique isotopic ratios and allegedly obtained from genuine UFOs) may slow the speed of light making (according to Dr. Jack Sarfatti) spacetime less rigid and, therefore, easier to be distorted.
Another method also being explored as a non-classical form of space travel (the so-called “Q Thrust”) works by pushing off against the quantum vacuum’s virtual particles popping in and out of existence in space. Where fields are stronger there are more virtual particles popping in and out of existence whereby creating such fields would make such a thrust theoretically plausible. I think that creating a warped bubble field would also make the “Q Thrust” more feasible. To me, this indicates that a series of technologies based on similar principles reinforce each other.

Some questions: As of today I’ve found little information about the oscillating charge-discharge frequencies used but suspect that they are a key component needed to magnify the Alcubierre Drive.
Could it be that frequencies that may cancel out and “warp” our 4D regular spacetime (possessing a specific stable energy density framework in the quantum vacuum) would be understood as out of phase resonance-canceling multiples of a fundamental 4D spacetime oscillation? I wonder if switching the toroidal capacitors on and off with and-or generating vortical, circulating field cycles around them with a specific resonant multiple of a basic quantum vacuum spacetime frequency might enhance the effect. I wonder if the appropriate frequency might also relate to a completely out-of-phase resonant multiple of gravity wave frequencies in 4D spacetime? Furthermore, I think that other functions of the torus need to be recognized as a bridge between “dimensions,” branes, realities.
May these recent advances in Alcubierre Warp Drive generation relate to the model (and predictions) produced by EngineerRobert L. Schroeder?
Schroeder’s model (coming from a particle physics perspective) is connected with RS1 Warped Geometry Theory, a variety of String and Cosmological Brane Theory attempting to explain the weakness of the force of gravity). It explains ET-UFO effects as gravity cancellation effects in relation to Kaluza Klein Gravitons that may exist in a Five-Dimensional “Bulk” and which – in turn – may generate micro black holes capable of canceling normal gravitons in our normal 4D spacetime. If this occurred, the spaceship would also partially move into the 5-dimensional “bulk” (See: http://edy.rdz.mybluehost.me/exonews/worthy-attempt-solve-enigma-extraterrestrial-ufo-propulsion/ ).
Intuitively, for me Schroeder’s proposal and Harold White’s are compatible. This should be studied further. Above’s depiction may be that of a complementary method emphasizing particles but also the role of a 5D higher dimensional “bulk” as per Robert L. Schroeder’s approach. For instance, Dr. White found that expanding the Alcubierre metric into a higher spacetime would change the stiffness of spacetime. Apparently, if the “bubble’s” intensity also oscillated, the stiffness of spacetime would be decreased and this would also reduce the energy requirement.
A minimum, non-trivial amount of negative energy would still be needed to reduce the stiffness of spacetime according to the following basic relation: dϕ/dt. However, in relation to a higher spacetime frame (like the 5 D “bulk”), a positive vacuum energy density might induce a negative vacuum energy density and warp field.
In a paper published by Dr. Harold White and by E. W. Davis titled “The Alcubierre Warp Drive in Higher Dimensional Spacetime” (it can be found at http://www.earthtech.org/publications/davis_STAIF_conference_2.pdf ) we read in the conclusion that there is a “remarkable discovery that a spacecraft’s spacetime expansion boost in the Alcubierre warp spacetime actually represents a movement of the spacecraft off our local brane (3 + 1 dimensional spacetime) and into the higher dimensional bulk space. The Alcubierre warp spacetime expansion boost merely acts as a scalar multiplier acting on an initial velocity. The consequence of this is that the equation of state for the energy density and pressure that induces this effect is equivalent to the dark energy equation of state and the equation of state for the vacuum energy in space. This suggests a conceptual laboratory experiment whereby a toroidal positive energy density induces a negative pressure warp field.”
In other words, achieving exotic negative energy effects MIGHT be plausible through positive energy manipulation if we indeed live in a higher dimensional, 5D “bulk.” This may also mean that electromagnetic photons emitted by the spaceship while inside the spacetime warp “bubble” might not be detected in the regular 4D (3 space + 1 time) spacetime frame. The spacecraft would become gradually INVISIBLE as it moves off our normal reference frame (or 4D brane) and into the 5D bulk.
I wonder if using faster-than-light scalar longitudinal EM waves (Dr. Konstantin Meyl shows a method on how to generate them) inside the toroidal ring capacitor (instead of transversal EM waves) would help to induce a negative pressure warp field. In an interview for Popular Science Dr. White basically mentioned that he had signed a non-disclosure agreement that prohibited him from revealing how he might produce the small – but sufficient – amount of negative energy required for the project to work. Moreover, he wasn’t able to mention with what entity he had signed that agreement. What is known is that DARPA is financing NASA’s Eagleworks Lab and that the lab recently moved into a larger facility.
Interestingly, many of the unique (beyond Newtonian) characteristics (also listed by Robert L. Schroeder) observed through the best available evidence of what could reasonably be considered as technologically advanced extraterrestrial vehicles seem to be partially explained not only by Dr. Schroeder’s model but by the model being developed at NASA. While NASA uses the so-called “Chung-Freese Model” and Schroeder uses Randall-Sundrum’s RS1 Model, both consider that our perceived 4D Universe exists within a more encompassing 5D brane called “the bulk.”
I think these models (Alcubierre’s and Schroeder’s) should be carefully compared, especially if both allow for similar non-classical spacetime distortion, gravity modification and practical, spacetime “travel” behavior. And, are these models compatible with T.Towsend Brown’s electrogravitics allegedly producing thrust in the direction of [ositive charges and also apparently distorting spacetime?
Perhaps the more we differentiate a spacetime bubble around a craft from the external spacetime of the planet the more we enter an alternative higher-dimensional universe? Interestingly, besides, an annulment of inertial effects, and a way to reach otherwise exceedingly distant locations in 4D spacetime, we may speak of a way to become translucent and even to achieve invisibility. As White and Davis suggest in the aforementioned paper: “As the Alcubierre LIF (ALIF) warps as suggested by equation (7), the photons emitted from it will not be able to intersect the coordinate observer (lab)frame because the photons were emitted off-brane from the ALIF. This is the reverse scenario we discussed earlier where photons on the brane were not able to interact with an electron off of the brane. Unless something acts on the off-brane photons to reduce their boost, they will not be detected by the on-brane coordinate observer. Hence, an Earthbound coordinate observer will most likely see a dimming effect when viewing the ALIF as its spacetime expansion boost increases. Similarly, the ALIF will see his/her surrounding universe grow dimmer and dimmer as photons emitted on-brane cannot reach the now off-brane ALIF.”
In other words, the translucent and invisibility-achieving aspects of UFOs would also be part of the effects predicted by this technology developed at NASA. Moreover, as “proof-of-concept” is finally reached to reasonable satisfaction, overly skeptical scientists (excessively attached to accepting “reality” only in classical terms and unable to conceive that other intelligences may be able to reach Earth from remote locations) will also have to contend with the theoretically canonical and experimentally established idea that some interstellar civilizations may have had enough time and opportunities to develop a form of practical Alcubierre Warp Drive. This and further amounts of high-quality ET-UFO evidence and more scientific advancements will make blatant, closed-minded,witness-testimonies-annulling criticisms and “anti-research” extremely untenable.
While empirical data forces us to modify our explanations, worldviews, or theories there’s also a tendency among social structure supporters to ridicule and combat data in which our preferred theories don’t fit…but in the end, a plain common sense understanding about the evidence prevails and there’s an inevitable shift. The “Alcubierre Drive” (by which a spacecraft would, in fact, “surf” a locally warped segment of space-time), Robert L. Schroeder’s engineerable micro black holes hypothesis in combination with T.Towsend Brown’s “electrogravitics” (which in some cases may function in a hard vacuum), Konstantin Meyl’s superluminal scalar-longitudinal waves and Roger Shawyer’s “EM Drive” (now also being enhanced and perfected in China along with a – related – “Cannae Drive” elsewhere) indicate that it is possible to modify and/or circumvent classic spacetime limits. This engineering would allow us to create a local gravitational near field around an object and regulating it (as an Alcubierre gravitational bubble) would also allow us to move this object around (between spacetime fields) unaffected by inertia in relation to exterior gravity. If this were possible, I suppose that an object could also be disconnected from its original exterior spacetime surroundings incrementally, first increasing its relative rate of time.
Observing the object from outside of its artificial gravitational bubble the object would be blueshifted. However, what if the artificial field also affects the interior of the object? Would quantum retrocausal influences become more obvious for the object that would eventually shift into another level of physical reality (one in which greater retrocausal influences allow minds to interact more readily with matter)? Furthermore, if the normally experientially hidden, quantum retrocausal component becomes as actual as experienced time-forward causality, would the object (and anyone in it) return to a more fundamental, ontologically real, non-physical realm in which all possibilities for physical events and possible physical universes originate?

Perhaps elements of the Government handling part of the UFO secrecy (and even perhaps a more advanced Secret Space Program) are allowing To the Stars Academy of Sciences to act as a venue to begin introducing major worldview-changing evidence, ideas and details about some technologies already capable to warp spacetime to some degree. The success of this effort might depend on how much is revealed and in what way besides public trust, interest, and support. Be as it may, taken together, these and the timidly emerging, non-conventional “spacetime modification” proposals appearing in the “white” unclassified world (like the EM and Cannae drives) already provide an array of visionary possibilities for humankind. Hopefully, soon, an officially sanctioned (or instead, an officially allowed) method to “surf into the cosmos” could be revealed in order to promote the evolution of humanity needing to reconnect with an already partially conversant and partially hiding cosmic community. But this would likely require a responsible, unified, human effort and to abide by transplanetary (probably even trans-reality or “transdimensional”) rules.
Reflections
Sometimes the proponents of one theory or technology dismiss those of others but can some of the proposals shown be effectively combined?
But if the technologies capable of modifying spacetime and “surfing into the cosmos” exist how do we educate and reveal? And who should decide who may use these spacetime altering technologies responsibly?
Perhaps we require an intelligent, non-co-dependent type of guidance from benevolent, elder cosmic siblings that want us to become the best we can be. Perhaps secret managers of the technologies know that they cannot continue doing it without including society? Moreover, besides the ethics and exopolitical decisions required to manage these technologies, how do we educate and include billions of prone-to-quarrel human beings (and their often narcissistic leaders) at a time of institutional disruption?
What if the more we disentangle a spacetime vehicle and occupants from the limits of our exterior classical physicality the more it acquires the characteristics of an underlying, meaningful mental connectedness? Are we prepared to deal with a mental interconnectedness underlying physical reality (and perhaps capable of modifying it) not only as a vague idea but in practice?
I felt compelled to make a summary of engineer Robert L. Schroeder’s thinking about a scientific basis for the technology of ET spaceships. If his predictions and general ideas are verified through predicted measurements and further experimental advances in particle accelerators, his work will help demystify the concept that scientific laws related to General Relativity make it impractical to “travel” between great cosmic distances. Schroeder’s concepts might show one of the various associated mechanisms used by UFOs. I have written about other plausible aspects of these mechanisms (such as longitudinal waves and that consciousness may be central to “transdimensional” and “holographic” technologies) in Exonews. The point is that we might begin approaching a physics of “UFOs.”
Here the acronym “UFO” will be basically equivalent to “extraterrestrial space vehicle based on gravity control.”
Mr. Schroeder usually starts his lectures by affirming that the universe known by standard physics is rathersimple in that it has 3 types of main components: The 4 basic particles of matter, the particles that transmit the 4 known forces of nature and space-time.
Then, the “messenger” particles that transmit the 4 fundamental forces of nature are: The photon (electromagnetism), the gluon with spin 1 (the strong nuclear force that keeps the nucleus of the atoms together), bosons w+, w- and z neutral (the weak nuclear force responsible for radioactivity) and the graviton with spin 2 (gravitational force).
The Higgs particle with spin 0 would be responsible for giving mass to subatomic particles and could also be considered in terms of a field. Among the 4 basic particles of matter, there are electrons (which is a lepton), protons and neutrons, but protons and neutrons are themselves made up of “quarks” and in 99.9999% of matter there are 2 basic types of quarks. These are the “up quark” and “down quark.” We also have a ghostly particle called “neutrino.” Thus, including the electron, up quark and down quark, we would have 4 fundamental particles which make most of the known material universe.
Also, considering the possibility of a “super symmetry”1 there might exist more energetic versions of these 4 particles, (now called “sparticles”). “Space-time” would be the scenery or background environment in which matter particles and the particles of force interact. Scientists are quite interested in the particles of forces, in the forces of nature that lead us to think that they were all unified in a “super force” during the “Big Bang.”
Unifying these 4 forces would be the great goal of physicists. They have already been able to theoretically reunify/explain the electromagnetic force with the weak nuclear force and they call this the “electroweak” force. In particle accelerators, they have also recreated this force. They are also trying to reunify (above all theoretically) the strong nuclear force with the electroweak force and this effort is called “GUT” (Grand Unified Theory). The big problem has been that they have not been able to include gravity along with the other forces. The force of gravity is very weak compared to the other forces. What is interesting is that the development of some theoretical approximations could explain both why gravity is so weak and some of the behavior of extraterrestrials spaceships as observed in aspects of the UFO phenomenon.
Maxwell’s electromagnetic physics, quantum physics and Special and General Relativity assume that the universe possesses 4 dimensions (three dimensions of space and one of time). Since Minkowski’s work, we can use the speed of light as a convergence factor in order to treat time as one more dimension. Before, particles were thought as points without dimensions but with string theory physics they are thought of as being made by strings with a longitude. However, these string theories require a universe with more than 4 dimensions. Physicists also think that it could require 11 dimensions. This is important because it was previously thought that spaceships had to travel through a four-dimensional space-time (3 of space + 1 of time) but limited to the speed of light and to the amount of energy needed to approximate this speed.
Key Specific Ideas related to Robert L. Schroeder’s thinking:
One of the important theories derived from “M Theory” (with 10 dimensions of space + 1 of time) is Warped Geometry Theory which tries to explain why gravity is so weak. Robert Schroeder believes it is key to understanding how UFOs may reach Earth from distant stellar systems. String Theory evolved toward “M Theory” and it is believed that we live in a space-time membrane floating on a vaster pentadimensional space. This other space is referred to as “the bulk” and it would represent our universe as a 5-dimensional anti-de Sitter space. The elementary particles (including 3 force “messenger” particles) would be confined to our membrane of 4 dimensions…except for the graviton.
1) According to Harvard physicist Lisa Randall and her “RS1” version of 5-DimensionalWarped Geometry Theory, the space between the membranes would be extremely distorted or twisted, so much so that the number of gravitons in this space would exponentially increase by going into it, to the point in which theforce of gravity would increase by 16 orders of magnitude. She works with the idea of extended dimensions and suggests that the reason why particles have the masses that they have (instead of many orders of magnitude heavier as expected by quantum mechanics) might be related to “extending the symmetries of spacetime into the quantum regime” the idea that “gravity changes in other dimensions.”
2) Most of the gravitons would be within the “bulk” and not in the space-time membrane where we live. We would live in the weak space-time membrane (also simply “weak brane”) which is also referred to as the “TeV brane” with energies only up to 103 GeV (Giga electron Volts). However, there would be another parallel membrane connected to ours but with a much stronger gravity called the “Planck Brane” with energies up to 1019 GeV (Giga electron Volts). The graviton’s probability function would be greater in the Planck’s Brane. Most gravitons would be located here. Each “brane” would be like a lower dimensional surface located in a higher dimensional space.
3) In order for a spaceship to be able to traverse great cosmic distances it would just have to go into the bulk by a tiny amount; let’s say 1/10,000 towards where gravity would be strongest in the “bulk.”
4) General Relativity Theory says that, if gravity could increase, distances would shorten. Time would also slow down. By going into the bulk 1/10000 of the maximum gravitational force possible, the distance to the star Alpha Centauri would shrink to 25 miles in relation to our weak brane.
5) Thus, UFOs could be very efficientparticle accelerators and this would be a reason why most UFO types have a circular aspect. Even triangular UFOs have been seen to have circles on the extremes and/or the center. Nature would also provide us with a way to distort space-time without the need of so much energy.
6) Lisa Randall et al believe that particle accelerators like the LHC at CERN will eventually produce Kaluza Klein gravitons (or KK particles). Hopefully, the current LHC will produce sufficient energy.A much more powerful one that was planned was not built. However, with enough energy, these (hopefully produced) KK particles would be gravitons with mass and would also be a manifestation of extra spatial dimensions if these dimensions indeed were to exist. Thus, KK gravitons would confirm the existence of these dimensions.
KK gravitons with mass would have a -2 spin and be the result of particles being treated as waves within a superior space dimension. These waves would only be able to oscillate a whole number of times in the extra dimension when it is treated as a curled circle. When the oscillation frequency is very high mass in gravitons may be detected in our 4D brane.
7) KK gravitons would be able to generate such a powerful gravitational force (with an upper limit of 1016 GeV as mentioned) that they will, in turn, induce the generation of micro black holes that could be detected in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN because – if any energy is missing – and, due to energy conservation laws, there will be detectable signs that something unusual is taking place. These micro black holes would be real.
8) Robert L. Schroeder thought that gravitons and photons in 4 D space-time travel at the speed of light and that –just as photons are absorbed by black holes – gravitons in 4D space-time might also be devoured by the micro black holes. He also found scientific articles backing up that hypothesis.
9) The micro black holes would form an “envelope” around the UFO. They would cancel out both the UFO’s gravitons and the gravitons trapped in our 4D space-time brane also produced by Earth’s mass (both of which are bound by the speed of light). However, generally speaking, all gravitons would be formed by closed strings capable of detaching from our 4D brane and moving through the “bulk.”
10) If more gravitons are exchanged between the mass of an object and the mass of the Earth, the distortion of space-time where they are located will be greater. If one of the methods for overcoming classic spacetime limitations is that the extraterrestrial spaceships are using micro black holes to “eat up”/cancel gravitons (both of the UFO and of the Earth), what ends up taking place is that the Earth stops “seeing”/interacting with the UFO’s mass but perhaps now interacts with something much lighter.
This is NOT “antigravity” (which is also not recognized in modern physics). This pertains to the reduction or cancelation of the force of gravity and generating KK gravitons would admit the UFO into the “bulk” or 5-D space.
11) The rotation component frequently seen on UFOs may be for stabilizing purposes, quite like a frisbee, and it would be due to the fact that they have become very light objects. If a rotating element is not seen it might be hidden perhaps as a ring inside the structure.
12) The evidence that UFOs produce black holes would be that they would also produce “Hawking’s Radiation.” This radiation includes gamma and X rays and would be detectable.
13) When micro black holes decay (and they do it quickly) they generate this radiation that resembles the radiation of a rotating black body, with intensity on the “Y” axis and with frequency on the “X” axis. This radiation in equilibrium with its environment may be measured with specialized equipment and spectrographic analysis during UFO waves (or in the presence of a programmed UFO sighting) in order to detect EM emissions. This would be a major contribution from Ufology to science. We would need to learn more about the EM frequencies and intensities, especially those of gamma rays.
14) Micro black holesdecay emitting fermions, scalar particles (Higgs bosons) and Gauge bosons (photons, gluons and W and Z bosons). They would also produce gamma rays such as the ones that NASA Engineer Paul Hill and colleagues detected in relation to UFOs. Micro black holes would also produce intense magnetic fields such as those detected by airplanes near UFOs. Interestingly, tritium (a radioactive isotope of hydrogen only produced in nuclear reactors or in particle accelerators) was found in the 1970’s in Sonora, California, in relation to a UFO producing a product called “angel’s hair.”
We cannot see into the “bulk” (with a 5th linear dimension) because we see using photons which are trapped in the weak brane. Thus, a UFO leaving behind our weak brane and going into the “bulk” would become partially or completely invisible. Graviton emissions caused by decaying mini black holes would disappear into the “bulk” or 5-dimensional space.
When the micro black holes absorb the gravitons located in the 4D brane (according to the portion of the probability wave function in which they also necessarily manifest) there would be decay and, during this decay, their energies would be emitted in our weak brane as gamma rays, gauge bosons, fermions (leptons and quarks). Their energies would also be emitted as 5D gravitons into the “bulk.” Thus, energy is conserved. If the equivalence principle is correct, by reducing gravitational mass UFOs would also reduce inertial mass.
Interestingly, near UFOs there would be an attractive gravitational force (perhaps re-directed to its underside or to other sections). It would not be a repulsive force as in the idea of “anti-gravity”). This effect would be due to KK gravitons generating a strong attractive gravitational field.
In some UFO sightings over bodies of liquid water, water was apparently observed being lifted towards the UFO. Kaluza Klein micro black holes may be soon produced at CERN and may show not only that they cancel gravitons but that they decay quickly into Hawking Radiation (with gamma rays). IF Schroeder’s theory is correct that radiation could be detected coming out of the higher dimensional technology of “UFOs” allegedly capable of moving into “the bulk” it can be tested.
Conclusions: If KK gravitons are verified in particle accelerators and they are found to indeed cancel out gravity through their production of micro black holes it would also be a finding that would boost the idea that we live in a larger dimensional frame whose properties can be engineered to overcome classic 4D space-time constraints. Moreover, if these KK gravitons can be produced in devices more practical and smaller than the LHC at CERN and, if the RS1 variant (or another compatible variant) of Warped Geometry Theory is verified, some of the key features behind UFO “propulsion” may have been discovered.
Furthermore, I expect that this scientific approach devised under the geometry of an anti-de Sitter space to explain a plausible higher dimensional “bulk” may also turn out to complement some “universe-as-a-hologram” theories in which information (related to entropy and to entropy reduction but also to measurement and to a plausible decoding process of consciousness) is fundamental and non-locally shared.
I find that the idea of modifying the density of zero-point energy to produce an “Alcubierre Drive” (perhaps through the production of KK gravitons if they are found) and the idea about focusing a gravitational “beam” to attract or bring closer a distant region in 4D space-time might also be compatible with the other ideas here exposed.
However, these other concepts are appropriate for yet another discussion.

What are some of the basics behind the different kinds of ET craft that seem to come in and out of our physical reality frame, to counteract gravity and inertia, to create MACRO QUANTUM effects and so on? All ET may have to behave according to some rules and most seem to be respectful toward us. Perhaps a minimum degree of a more ORGANIC consciousness would be necessary to be allowed to operate on Earth (and inside) whether positively or negatively inclined. That consciousness would go hand in hand with a science that probably makes use of a realm that transcends and includes what we normally experience as the “Physical Realm.”
To understand who is positive and primarily in “service to others” or negative or primarily in “service to self” would be innacurate based on the more dichotomous judgment standards we employ along with a common sense and science based on our classical physical experience. We would need to beging to understand retrocausality applicable to the Physical Realm but ultimately stemming (along with regular time-forward causality) from a higher non physical symmetry. However (as a brief comment diverging a little from the main theme of this article) I think that there should be much more recognition of benevolent extraterrestrial groups, similar in typology to Earth humans. By “benevolent” I mean respectful of consious free will choice and not only of subconsious free will. Also respectful of a preparation for contact process.
In spite of the interest in abductions (whether Et or human made) and a sense of reality that only validates an “us vs. them” mentality) these friendlier, conversant, respectful contacts (which have been ridiculed and misunderstood) are also real and would be highly beneficent for humanity helping us to (re) insert ourselves into a vast cosmic community; a vast galactic “family.” Those ETs of similar typology and human demeanor, character and ‘feel’ may be for us (at this point in our individual-collective awareness) easier to contact as was the case of the 1950’s contacts. However, not all ‘space brothers’ need to be “Nordic” as mindlessly repeated in some places and eventually not all of them need to be human. And -while still benevolent and quite sufficiently human-looking – not all of them need be as easy to relate with psychologically as the kind space ‘friends’ George Adamski met. Now, regarding the “Ethereans” (Etherean ETs) sometimes referred to in (non classical physics “nuts & bolts” limited UFO literature): This should be clarified to get a more scientific idea of it so that people may not think that space brothers (blond human shaped or not) is not a wishful thinking situation: Thinking about “ethereans” for some years I think that various rates of physical density (degrees of limitation into time forward space time experience) exist as the larger Physical Realm (a realm predominantly organized according to specific space time principles, material causality and its logic) interacts (in corresponding various degrees) with the Subtle Realm (also organized under space and time inclusive principles, another form of material causality and logic). In the Subtle Realm interiors (subjectivities) and exteriors (limiting material correlates to experience) would be causally co-equal and posses another form of substance; a space and time transcending and including “mental substance” (some of its sublevels are called the ‘astral subplanes’).
The nexi or intermediate combinations between the space time exteriorly experientially expressed Physical Realm and the null space time exteriorly expressed Subtle Realm is what we may call or experience as the “physical” etheric planes. They are stable intermediate states that retransmit the vivification of experiential menaing from the Subtle Realm into the Physical. They are actual but only perceived as potential from our ordinary causally time-forward, conscious experience. However, these intermediate “etheric” states transduce the retrocausal aspects (transcended and included under a higher metaphysical symmetry in the Subtle Realm). These retrocausal aspects are needed to materialize physical substance under space time parameters. The internal, non-local, holographic universe would originate in a Subtle Realm state prior to an experiential subdivision of time-forward and time-backwards complementary causalities. Also, inasmuch as the time-forward and time-backward physically relevant causalities cancel each other, we experience a partial return to the Subtle Realm state from which physical experience and the Physical Realm stem from. Both degree of duality experience (and experiential decoding/interpretation (or epistemology) and exterior reality (ontology) co-exist inextricably. Only pure, non-dual “Consciousness” includes them both (and is not limited to subjectivity and epistemology).
The ETs are of the Physical Realm which is subdivided into various “densities” and rates of vibration according to how it stably relates with the Subtle Realm. Many ETs (while still physical and within space time exterior material causal predominance, thus still needing physical technology) originate in less “dense” alternative stable physical sub realms, with less inertia, entropy and other space time dependent physical parameters. The subtler (or more connected with the Subtle Realm) a physical reality is, the more negentropy, syntropy or self-organizing (converging) tendencies are experienced in a conscious manner from what could be today understood as “quantum potential retrocausal influences.”
We may perceive almost as spiritual forms and-or as luminous forms (from our ‘denser’ perspective) some of the less physically dense ETs (beyond what’s been termed “4th density” which still experience 3 Space directions of ‘distance’+ 1 Time rate of experience combining time-forward and time-backward to various degrees for the conscious mind). These can more easily be called “ethereans” (especially from our less etherean perspective) as some early contactees and researchers (Mead Lane comes to mind) did. However, we would also be “ethereans” to a lesser degree that normally limits us experientially to a linear (time-forward related) causality, greater exterior inertia (and less of its opposite “initia”) and so forth. However, as said, even if the more etheran ETs can make more conscious and psychic use of Subtle Realm causality through a more conscious mental aactualization/manipulation of (normally subsconsciously experienced) retrocausal physical aspects, they are not purely Subtle or discarnate beings.

GP: OK Let’s start. What were the circumstances of the March 29, 2014 sighting? (see link to video attached).
LFM: Well, really only Anita and I went to a place called Janko Amaya which is almost at the base of Mount Illimani. Then, we went there because I was commemorating 36-37 years of my first contact here in Bolivia.
GP: Oh OK.
LFM: On March 23rd of 1978, after having my contact experiences in Perú, I had my first programmed contact experience here in Bolivia with 7 persons after a communication. So, I had received from the (ET) guides the message that they invited us to an experience of approximations though which they could also express their continuous support in this new stage that has begun according to some. So Anita and I decided to go and travelled to a place about one hour away from La Paz to a mountain range where in 2012 I had a contact experience with the ET guide Amani. At 7.30 PM to almost 20 minutes to 8 PM, a space craft showed when we already where at the site and which simply sent beams of light, like intermittently. And the object could not be seen. It simply lit up its fuselage and turned it off. And it was interacting for about 15 to 20 minutes with Anita and I until Anita tells them out loud “OK OK OK, it’s time for you to show up more definitely! We want to see you from much closer!”
GP: Her Italian character came through (Anita is Italian)!
LFM: It is interesting but I (telepathically) received that we were going to have a second approach experience, not only, in that place but also at the Mount Sajama during the New Moon in April. So, I received that message but asking a confirmation for what I was then telepathically receiving since they were present at that moment. Then that object that was sending us beams of light intermittently lit up and began travelling slowly, while still producing those light exchanges and then is was lost from sight. But seconds later after that object disappears another object that was stationed next to us lits up its fuselage at low altitude and begins to move slowly toward us, so Anita and I began to see it enraptured and, when it was almost directly above us and, upon observing that its light intensity did not diminish, I took my cell phone which was handy and began recording it. However, before that the object had moved for another 40 seconds approximately. Then, at that moment I am able to…. Em…you know that the recorder doesn’t really show how we witness things. The object was in fact lower than what it seems.
GP: Yes, I understand. It appears farther than what it is.
LFM: That’s correct. And it was a telephone camera, one of those Samsung Galaxy III. So, in fact, all of what it could register is there on the video.
GP: OK
LFM: So, the fact is that this sighting is a confirmation, a support which they provide to us at any rate and taking place after 37 years of a sustained contact, telling us that the experience continues. But the most important thing is that a new stage for their approach has begun; something which they had already told me in August of 2012…Do you remember a sort of sighting at Lake Titicaca?
GP: Yes.
LFM: There they had already anticipated me about a new stage of approach and of closer experiences.
GP: We are speaking about the submarine object inside Lake Titicaca.
LFM: Exactly! They had already told me that there would be closer experiences.
GP: To me it seems that it is not a school of fish because these assemble and disssemble in movement and this is different (compact, staying in one piece).
LFM: Off course and I’m an on-site witness that…look after 37-38 years of being in this contact experience, I had never seen anything like that at Lake Titicaca as what we saw with that group from Italy in August. What we experienced is evident. And there they also told me that the experiences would be closer and it is true. In this new stage and with this contact and approach experience which I had with Anita that message was ratified. They are as never before committed to assist us, to support us and, although the responsibility is ours, they are on a par, by our side.
GP: How good.
LFM: And we are not going to have ordinary UFO sighting experiences as they have occurred on the previous decades in general with the (contact) groups…distant experiences. On the contrary, they are going to be very close approximations and contact experiences.
GP: Yes, how good. I would love to have a contact experience. I have always felt them as being my family and friends and have never been afraid of them, but on this life time I have never had a contact.
LFM: Ha Ha! You are going to have it. Sure you will. But you have been there (referring to the programmed sighting with invited reporters in Chilca with Sixto Paz in March 30-31, 2014) and, from what I have read, it has been quite interesting, right?
GP: Yes, thanks God.
LFM: Clear but not extremely so.
GP: Well, that depends on who has seen them. They were not extremely close, or like the best videos in You Tube, or perhaps not as close as your recent recording but, yes, there were several events day and night. They were not satellites, drones, airplanes, meteorites, although meteorites were also seen. And the March31st event was much clearer than the others. It had like an orange color and was a medium size sighting. It may have been 3KM away or so, appearing from West to East slightly low, over the Chilca desert toward the sea and from there began to fly toward us, flying over the camp site at that altitude and then disappeared above a hill behind us, a hill which commemorates the contact group’s 40th anniversary, disappeared after slightly changing course.
LFM: And could you film it?
GP: Well yes a little because Telemundo Network went there with Marco Barraza and they did film it. I will send you their report which is good, quite good. And I took some gadgets but couldn’t really film much. I took a picture and something comes up in it. Another person took another picture. They all look similar. It was visibly orange, a bit ovoid shape, a bit like a globular ovoid.
LFM: Well, you could record it. Having a good camera is another important thing.
GP: Yes, I’m getting another camcorder for another possibility there might be in the future.

A message corroborated by a daylight sighting was received for inviting the press for the 9th occasion to a “programmed sighting.” This particular programmed sighting (after a telepathically received transmission) was telepathically received by Sixto Paz Wells and it included the participation of some simple and (otherwise normal) key persons from “Mission Rahma” in Perú. I think that it was basically a success. It was not a dramatic or “jaw dropping” series of sightings or a landing of craft with a boarding but it was, nonetheless, successful. There were anomalous objects during the expected dates and at the place expected as the message said. Some reporters invited declined to attend but one of them came (Marco Barraza acting on behalf of Telemundo Network for the TV program “Caso Cerrado”). Marco is also a member of our civilian committee assisting the Peruvian AF in its newly opened office (DIFAA).
On March 30, at 7.40PM approximately there was one ‘OK’ anomalous-suggestive sighting (short lasting for a few seconds unique enough to suggest an ET craft). It was unique enough but nothing extraordinary. It may have been some 10 miles away, displaying with a yellowish color and it appeared to zigzag a little. It was a bit too short in duration and too distant. On this occasion the telepathic message received had not specified an exact hour or period of time as it had happened before on previous years. However, after that brief sighting event of March 30th there were others, more mostly taking place the following day.
During the camping event seeking contact verification we meditated, prayed and dedicated ourselves to many guided and intentional spiritual visualization efforts and activities requesting spiritual assistance not from ETs but from divinity (mostly God the Father & master Jesus Christ in our cultural milieu). After deciding to telepathically ask once again what would happen (very little seemed to be happening until then) our friend Sampiac, an ET human from a friendly civilization somehow located in Venus (likely under a different advanced inter-reality physics) communicated and said that they were in the area where we were and said to be attentive during day time. During daytime some minor UFO photos were taken after that. It is not ‘channeling’ with the unrealistic, grandiloquent expectations in the typical U.S. “New Age” sense. It is a method connected to verifiable collective experiences. I hope there is a cultural opening to what genuine and serious Hispanic & Latin American contactees can offer to the world.

Then, the following day (March 31st), there was a second and quite definitive sighting (semi “jaw dropping”) of an illuminated object lasting for 5 minutes slowly flying above closer and distinctively from West to East over the campsite in the desert of Chilca. We were 22 witnesses at the campsite and all of us saw it clearly. It also had a yellowish color. It was perhaps materially located above us at 1-3 miles in altitude and – for certain – it wasn’t the Space Station, a drone, a meteorite, airplane, Chinese lantern or satellite. I still don’t know if it was detected by AF radars. It happened yesterday, on March 31, 2014 according to my watch between 6.45.PM-6.50.PM. I tried to film it and perhaps did a little but failed because of choosing the wrong camcorder. Others filmed it and I should be getting one of those versions soon. I did take some photos. Only Marco and I were there – in a way – as reps of the Peruvian AF as civilian advisors.

There also were some semi good pictures taken. One by another contactee in daytime: disc shaped but not jaw dropping. A bit blurry, disc shaped object…metallic appearing. It will be better analyzed on computer later on. I’ll get the picture soon. Sixto also photographed a smaller manifestation dot like sphere. Not dramatic. Also, besides satellites seen and confused as space craft by less informed people at night some of us saw an ‘anomalous’ pulsating white light and others (including my wife saw a rather strange light descending too fast behind the mountain ridges some distance away from the campsite.
While it was not a fantastic landing event to shout to the four winds, I think it was an important corroboration and an appropriate beginning for a new stage of mutually respectful, easygoing, peaceful and natural interactions with benevolent, human ET friends waiting to interact with us in more intelligent and collective ways that what has taken place until now; this in a harmonic relationship and with a diversity of allies. The moderate but corroborated sightings and mental interactions after the telepathic appointment indicate to me that there also exists a gradual, reasonable, non-intrusive approach, good so as not to stir those people who while “in the know” harbor fears and suspicions attempting once again to block what may be going on- My opinion is that the ETs in general (and – more poignantly – those contacting through Mission Rahma) are respectful of our average collective mindset, of our human leadership and our human institutions trying to show restraint out of respect, but they know that humanity as a whole needs to know this reality and to make wise choices without being continuously caught in the fear of ignorance.
Success depends on our less divisive and dismissing attitudes, on greater openness but with objective criteria, greater humbleness, knowing that friendship and good will are possible; inviting them while respecting the meditation and consciousness preparation processes used in esoteric, “shamanic” and mystical ways. I think that most of “Them” don’t want to traumatize or to force their presence upon us. We should NOT just jump into judging them as “potential enemies” as traditional political relations (and political theories) have normally been. Maybe not even those genuine cases of typical abductions should be understood as such under simplistic terms. The rules of engagement coordinating different ET groups may be more sophisticated than what we normally proyect unto them.
The situation has a complexity that needs to be treated differently under an enhanced, less divisive, less simplistic approach. However, the tendency in the U.S. and elsewhere is to focus so much on the negative, the gory; on secrecy, manipulations, abductions, cover-ups, abuse of technology and so forth that (from the beginning of the “Modern UFO Era” in the 40’s & 1950’s some of the genuine contactee cases were – sadly and in detriment to human understanding- dismissed as crackpot cases (specially by some nuts & bolts Ufologists, academics and other “scientifically-minded” cultural leaders following modern-rational institutions). Officialdom and accredited institutions did not give the genuine contactees a proper, respectful chance to verify that what they said was true. The giggle factor prevailed backing up the official, orthodox view. That was unfortunate; against improving our collective understanding of an important aspect of what is really going on and credibility must be regained about respectful physical contacts with respectful extraterrestrial beings. Whether really necessary to wrap it up in secrecy and denial, it was a time in which protecting people’s innocence from disruptive news was taken seriously; a time in which understanding the technology involved was considered crucial to gain military advantage, especially soon after the Second World War in the midst of the “Cold War” and so forth.
Very good news: I learned that Sixto Paz was recently invited by two current congressmen (I think they may be Robert Menendez & Rep. Pascrell) to give presentations or to inform them (don’t know where) in NY, NJ,DC and after 25 years since the 1989 “programmed sighting” in Chilca (with several national and international reporters) after which when he was invited by two US Hispanic TV networks Telemundo and Univision to report on the events, he was stopped at the Miami Intn’l Airport and deported back to Lima. The events back in 89’ were a bit more dramatic and were witnessed and filmed by more reporters than the ones we witnessed yesterday and the day before yesterday. Now Sixto has been granted a VISA once again. It’s important for exopolitics. It’s important for all of us if we care for knowledge, truth, freedom of choice and positive cultural options in relation to our better future with extraterrestrial matters. What will take for the cultural elite and even many ufologists to at least open up to the possibility?
It is not a “civilization crisis” that has to ensue. From my assessment with Mission Rahma it is simpler and more natural than what many may think. Kindness, openness, humbleness and good will with serious effort and group coherence with the use of some basic techniques can be a path to real contact. We can indeed make contact and connect with many of these respectful, conversant civilizations on a definite but gradual basis, feeling at ease and neither treating them as “aliens” or us being treated as “specimens.” And it is real, although it may take time to realize that…to open up our eyes and cease thinking that it must be a fantasy, delusion or mistake. I think our focus should not basically be on technology but on the development of consciousness, values and (why not?) a more integral, less dichotomous spirituality. Feeling, idealism and effort with care and balance seem to be the key to success for these peaceful contacts rather than intellectual prowess (even if a good dose of objective and critical thinking should always be present).
Moreover, if there are some other types of beings unlike those more respectful ones known in Mission Rahma we may learn to understand them without considering them either as “enemies” or necessarily allowing them to use us as “specimens.” We can also come to understand how ETs in general operate and “travel” in space-modifying ways (not “through” space), even if most current academicians avoid dealing with the subject because it doesn’t make sense to them according to their current theories.
In general these friendlier, communicative ETs which have been the focus of attention within Mission Rahma may also be more “mental” and less emotional than us (although not like many of the so called “grays”) but they also transmit kindness and tranquility in peace and harmony and act accordingly. It’s been 40 years of such interactions which include preparations for different levels of contact and the reproduction of the contact experience in different countries and with different contactees; basically not a follow-the-leader cult. Many messages and contacts have been collectively verified. The next stage in “ufology” (to really find out what is going on) may be more interactive, as the work by astronaut Mitchell from www.contactee.org , Dr. Joseph Burkess from www.etletstalk.org/ , Dr. Steven Greer’s CSETI and Dr. Michael E. Salla’s efforts also show.
An important point is to definitely establish that this is really happening and IS GOOD for Earth civilization(s) to grow up seeing themselves/ourselves as participants in a vast community of intelligence composed of larger wholes that may precede us in linear time but which have maintained a continuous involvement with our species since the beginning; growing up by taking in new perspectives that may lead us to assume a more integral responsibility and a more inclusive ethical approach. No major social disruption is obligatory as a Brooking Institute report once suggested for NASA. Social cultural changes would be self-determined and gradual; increasing conscious interaction with extraterrestrial civilizations, understanding a more complete physics, cosmology, metaphysics and epistemology that instead of debasing our religions may render them more brilliant, inclusive, enhanced, tolerant, resilient, adaptive and non fear-based. We need to recognize that ET reality which sort of tangentially (until we become more aware and responsible as a species) interacts with our physical Earth system. I think that the contact is becoming less of a taboo and more obvious. We need that reference frame in order to develop into a more coherent/self-determining planetary society, better integrated while maintaining our healthiest regional/national differences.
It is convenient for the U.S. and the world to find out who are our friends and which ET varieties are more respectful of our conscious choice and doing it by going beyond an “us vs. them” attitude or unendingly reproducing a of lack of trust, focused on real or contrived abduction stories, and militarization, secrecy and a fear that sells with a quest for technology and manipulation as the only conduit for making sense of the ET reality. We should not blindly move against the ETs, particularly against those that may be more respectfully protective of us while trying not to create dependencies or unnecessary fear-based rejection. We may also gain respect from other ET varieties by consciously choosing with knowledge and certainty how to interact more as equals. Citizen diplomacy continues being a reality and it might be on the rise while (even in the absence of formal institutional recognition) each person or small group interaction should affect humanity through a form of non-local, quantum-related, information-based, holographic-type of connection. Nevertheless, a sufficiently clear, truthful official disclosure would probably be as important as contact events springing up worldwide.

Place “Quebrada de Chilca, Perú” (Chilca Gully, Perú). Time: 6.40PM. Seconds after sighting I turned the camera on and took this picture with its “Superior Auto” mode as the object began to approach toward the group while seemingly maintaining its altitude.
The object was basically orange and appeared due West at an approximate angole of 45 degrees over the horizon. it seeemd to be at 3 KM altitude approximately. It looked larger at plain sight. The object approached the campsite (toward the east) and passsed almost above us turning a little bit above the hil that conememorates Mission Rahma’s (contact group) 40th anniversary and suddenly could not be seen anymore. We were 22 witnesses at the campsite. According to my watch the sighting lasted 5 minutes and clonclued at 6.45 PM. The object apparently reacted by lighting up to our verbal expressions like “Thank you brothers. You are welcome.”
Upon enlarging the image we can see some detail. Like a filament of orange plasma or light coming down from its right side and perhaps some (blurry) structure inisde the main ovoid shape.
Dr. Roger K. Leir, Doctor in Podiatric Medicine and a podiatric surgeon made history because through his efforts 17 truly anomalous objects were recovered from individuals claiming to have been surprised in their lives by alien abductions. The analysis of these objects were carefully done in a scientific manner in several accredited and serious research institutions and labs and showed a series of anomalies that still deserve to be studied.
Various results as to the metallurgy, the lack of foreign object/immune response rejection and of any signs of port of entry on the skin being medical mysteries, electromagnetic radio emissions at several frequencies detected while inside the body, hexagonal single wall carbon nano tubes associated with metals, a unique meteoric iron isotope and combinations of other isotopes that don’t naturally occur on Earth, orthorhombic sodium chloride crystals, and other truly anomalous, unique features were found. There were metallic objects coated with what appeared to be a biological material. There were attached filaments filmed following a magnet when some objects were removed from the body. There was so much more that needs to be understood! Why wouldn’t this already be the “smoking gun” evidence?
Dr. Roger K. Leir’s work deserves to be continued. It behooves us all as humans and it behooves honest scientists. We need to find out! Are we being tagged by some varieties of ET without our permission?
Dr. Leir thank you for your devotion to the truth for the collective good of us all. Thank you for trying to find out what might these “implants” be for by trying to find out their characteristic for so many years! We need to know who is monitoring us or for what purpose some individuals are being “implanted” with unique objects that are nor rejected by the body and that emit electromagnetic waves while in the body!
In a recent interview at the Joshua Tree “Contact in the Desert” Conference (2013) he told me that some scientists in Brazil were beginning to associate themselves with him for this research. There were new vistas opening up. This research must continue. More people must be interested! It shows PHYSICAL EVIDENCE of a unique technology which – in conjunction to other forms of physical and non physical evidence – shows that the extraterrestrial hypothesis (an intelligent extraterrestrial presence on Earth) is indeed quite plausible and rational. Why would the speed of light be the limit our scientific understanding places on older, more technologically advanced intelligent beings? Why would we expect them to show up to us as we would show up to them if we were the ones travelling to an alien world? Shouldn’t EVIDENCE on its own terms be what really guides our scientific and intellectual attitudes?… YES!
Given the general lack of interest and response from the mainstream medical and scientific community Dr. Leir’s work is highly commendable. He represented the courage and honesty missing and was a trailblazer with the strength of character to continue moving forward sharing as much information as allowed by our society… as it should be. He was a true American, a true Man and a true World Citizen! Dr. Leir manifested a healthy search for honest-to-God knowledge and ethical scientific procedure as it should be! He was a dedicated scientist that first of all cared to find the empirical facts to guide him beyond any attachment to established or conventional theories and social conventions in the “scientific” milieu. facts were first even if they surpassed theory.
Dr. Leir was a key figure bringing legitimacy to the extraterrestrial issue, contributed greatly to the disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence and did much to end the formal institutional academic-political taboo on the extraterrestrial subject. His work will continue serving that purpose. It will continue blossoming.
He didn’t want to be the only accredited scientific person in the world working on probable alien implants. Let’s join him in the effort.
Dr. Roger K. Leir worked with a team of valiant researchers. He lectured in many UFO conferences and among other books wrote seminal books titled “The Aliens and the Scalpel: Scientific Proof of Extraterrestrial Implants in Humans” and “Casebook: Alien Implants” on the subject of alleged implants. He testified at the 2013 “Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure” at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. along with a number of scientific and academic experts, former government officials, retired military personnel and pilots. Shall we open our eyes to the truth and its implications?
There’s been more UFO activity reported in Lima, Peru recently. There are some expectations here and there because the beginings of Mision Rahma contacts was 40 years ago. The contacts multiplied and several contactees appeared besides the first contactees, Sixto and Charlie Paz. Each brings a new complementary perspective and information. Out of 7 events witnessed by reporters (with varying degrees of success due to excessive excitement or lack of respect and preparation on the part of curiosity seekers and attendees), according to Sixto Paz, perhaps only 10% of the reporters were courageous enough to speak up and to hold on to their witnessing of craft. One of them was J.J. Benitez who wrote his experience in “OVNI: S.O.S. a la Humanidad,” lost his job and started an incredible career researching and writing about mysteries.
Thankfully, even in today’s highly commercial and modernizing Peru, there’s also somewhat more awareness and respectability for the UFO issue and a larger segment of the population is being informed by UFO programs like those from History Channel and so forth. Besides, some people are aware that the Air Force has recently opened an Anomalous Aerial Objects Research Office.
Recently, some photos were taken in downtown Lima by a RPP radio network reporter and have been circulating. Whether lens flares or not, it raises the issue in people’s minds.
Besides those photos taken by an RPP Radio reporter (the largest radio network in Perú), recently several callers reported that on Dec 14 UFOs were also dramatically seen at around 8PM on a (crowded) northern part of Lima, Peru between the Panamerican Higway north and a street called Habich. The event its said to have stopped traffic for a while because many people stopped to watch the display. Some callers even mentioned a large, multi colored (rugby football-shaped) object which was suddenly seemed to be hased or circled by a smaller star-like one until it had to leave. The reports were received on Radio Capital program “Viaje a Otra Dimension” conducted by UFO and paranormal investigator Anthony Choy.

Cieneguilla has been a place where UFOs have been seen before.
On Dec 9 Anonymous Peru informed that an object had crashed near Cieneguilla Peru. That created some stir but that report has not been confirmed.
Now we have this cell ph video taken in the District of San Miguel in Lima, Peru dated Dec 23, 2014. It shows a helicopter and what SEEMS to be a metallic disc hovering nearby to the left of the chopper. The film is from Gladys Cordoba. Then, it disappears from view because the camera moves to the right. The sunlight seems to shine on the left side of the object which coincides with how it shines on objects casting shadows (toward the right) on the ground.A blow up photogram of that brief moment is included.
It’s too early to tell but, if this is a lasting trend that will continue beyond ocasional sightings but, perhaps, some Latin American contactees connected to a spiritual perspective will eventually show that some UFOs are indeed ET and that a better approach toward friendlier, respectful contacts with extraterrestrial beings is not only possible and necessary, but can be objective and politically viable. They will probably show along with the effort of so many other researchers that a TABOO on this matter is BEHIND THE TIMES and that without panic, adoration or condemnation, we can engage in more intelligent exchanges with extraterrestrial beings.
A probable connection with a distant – but always latent – past in which knowledge about ancient beings coming from the stars and-or living underground as survivors of old, wise civilizations exists. Thus, in old traditions there are memories of the “Paco Pacuris” (illumined beings that live in special undergound sites) and of the “Ñaupas” (the ancestors who dressed in white came from the the sea). When on November, 2010, my friend, colleague, reporter and researcher Marco Barraza was investigating at the famous “Aramu Muru” Portal or the “Hayumarca Door” in Juli, Puno, Peru two seemingly anomalous objects moved behind him while he was mentioning specific words as seen here. I think that modern society needs to recuperate the highest memories of a wiser past in which ETs were not a threat as seen today. Not everyone ‘out there’ or inside here( (inside the Earth’s crust) is a threat and we must evolve beyong our extreme warrior-like projections on them. After considering the experiences of some contactee friends with eyewitnesses accompanying them, and after thinking of information contasined in ancient lore and current “wisdom keepers” I am certain that there are benevolent masters of wisdom and extraterrestrials waiting for us to become aware of who we are and to responsibly participate in a cosmic community. While in our fantastic cultural milieu “benevolence” might sound like gullibility and a non-realistic attitude I’d say that the overall emphasis on negativity and aggression is exagerated.
Sixto Paz, one of the main contactees objectively verified by witnesses (and succesfully preparing other people to experience their own contacts), estimates that, out of about 60 extraterrestrial “races” interacting with Earth and humanity, only 5 don’t want the original cosmic plan for humanity to suceed. First, we need to find who we are and is the highest thing expected from us to “suceed.” We also need to think less dichotomically, more intelligently and to choose our direction wisely.
The time to focus more on our friends and less on our probable foes (perhaps in some cases beings that might need our assistance without allowing them to exploit us) is at hand. Let’s contact them with integrity and no fear!
Strictly speaking, “PROOF” of the extraterrestrial presence (from a rigorous academic point of view) would be more (classically speaking and before the findings of Kurt Gödel) limited to mathematics and logic but not to evidence obtained inductively after the senses however frequent the perceptions. The same applies to scientific theories, models, explanations that correspond to observations or sensorially obtained data. However, there is STRONG, ROBUST EVIDENCE that the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis is VALID and that it is the more LOGICAL hypothesis to explain atleast SOME UFO cases. Structured objects flying in ways that challenge Newtonian physics while sometimes producing strange electromagnetic interference near airplanes when seen by experienced observers under the sunlight cannot be seriously explained away as reflections, lenticular clouds or the planet Venus. Here the simplest explanation, even following the advice (not an unfailing law) from “OCCAM’s “Razor” is the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis rather than trying to contrive other explanations that do not fit the data as well (as was done several times with Projects Grudge, Blue Book, the highly biased 1968 “CONDON Panel” and other mostly dismissive research efforts on UFOs), especially after UFO incidents that involved commercial and military pilots and-or radar-eyesight evidence. Even if one UFO case were most likely due to an intelligent extraterrestrial presence, the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis would have to be seriously considered and – unlike what was concluded by the “Condon Committee” – just to understand the physics involved (which apparently cancels and-or manipulates gravitational and inertial forces) there would definitely be great scientific merit in researching UFOs.
This evidence that goes against the so-called “Misidentification Hypothesis” favored by skeptics not only includes contactees and abductees and pilots and military personnel and documents and regular people all over the world occasionally seeing structured metallic-looking disc shaped or ovoid shaped “aerodynes” but also analyzed photographs, videos and specific physical samples or objects (like alleged implants removed by Dr. Roger Leir and his team), for instance with isotopes that not only do not naturally occur on Earth but which also emit radio waves while subcutaneously lodged in normal people that alleged to have been abducted by some varieties of aliens. There also are serious CREDIBLE, sane, responsible “whistleblower” witnesses (some hundreds of them only in the Disclosure Project) and as Monsignor Corrado Balducci essentially said in Italian TV, there’s a healthy limit to being suspicious about what others say because –in order to have a functioning society – the normal human need to give some credence to human witness testimony must take over!
It could be said that evidence for out of the ordinary events that recur in a meteorological-like (semi predictable/semi unpredictable) manner can be assigned Bayesian-style probabilities or are more suitable for exopolitical, social science-based qualitative analysis. This may be useful for events that perhaps not only occupy external, objective space for a physically perceptible time within classical parameters, but also (in an equally causally applicable and “real” way) a greater degree of shared, internal, subjective space. It may be that the physical reality systems in which the ETs normally operate has a greater degree of subjective space influence. These are new scientific issues that also ask for a new metaphysical approach and scientific methodology. For instance, there are trained pilots (check out Dr. Richard Haines’ and other scientists’ NARCAP), even some valiant astronomers that could not identify some objects they saw displaying intelligent maneuvering that cannot be replicated with current human technology as far as we know; there are radar-visual cases that include military pilots. There are analyzed UFO photographs of metallic looking structured craft, landing traces with soil and plant anomalies. In fact the main reason for denial would be that it sounds ludicrous because it challenges how we naturally perceive “reality” through our physical senses and our biological-psychological adaptations to a classic (non-quantum or local) physical experience. We simply dismiss and ridicule ideas and reports that seem more fit to be included in a movie or fantasy and assume that being well educated we should already know by now; that “they” wouldn’t be able to travel faster than the speed of light…in all cases assuming that what we know applies to the alleged ETs.
Most likely, “proof” doesn’t exist in an absolute, objective sense but what may available to an intelligent self-conscious mind is sufficient evidence to make a reasonable subjective choice. Even in a formal mathematical and logical sense, “proof” may not apply if one restricts deduction to the elements within a coherent logical system. If one proves consistency one may fail to prove completeness. Gödel could only prove that that form of indeterminacy exists regarding arithmetic with natural numbers. Both following an inductive procedure and a deductive procedure, accepting or rejecting the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) comes down to a subjective decision but, even if a majority of particular scientists in most scientific institutions do not pronounce themselves in its favor, does this mean that they are qualified to reject the evidence? Not scientifically if theirs is an offhanded a priori reaction without carefully looking at the evidence. As a group they already rejected many good explanations and theories that are now considered valid and (to non-initiates) “proven.” In fact, because “science” relates to principles and method, non-accredited individuals may have a better scientific “attitude” open to valid and scientifically interesting evidence and also be able to conduct serious scientific research whether accredited scientists agree with it or not. I would say that, from the point of view of Integral Theory there’s only a partial validity and a limit to the postmodern idea that “scientific facts” depend on the agreement or “social construction” of orthodox institutional scientists. That social construction aspect may also start with a serious minority willing to look at things “out of the box.”
Oftentimes, people say “There is no scientific evidence that ETs are here” because they think that scientists would agree on it, but that is not a valid statement. In fact, objective “evidence” about unique phenomena that can be included in a scientific study does exist to differing degrees. Just as we have evidence of weather patterns that don’t need to be solidly predictable, it is not necessary for the evidence pointing to the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis to be perfectly regular or predictable. Some people also utter “There’s no proof that ETs are here” when off course (especially after Gödel and philosophers of science like Kuhn and Popper) science doesn’t really deal with final “proofs” but with temporary theoretical models that are not considered final any longer but rather (and ideally) open to improvement. Occasionally they also say “Science has not demonstrated the reality of extraterrestrial visitors” forgetting that “science” is more a methodological procedure than an entity that makes choices and itself demonstrates something being real or not.
I think that learning about the means ETs may have to interact with our particular world/reality system (even if briefly from our linear perspective) would activate in us other ways of understanding other aspects of reality also co-existing with us. It may activate in us interpretive “instincts” adapted to non-linear ways of being which are parts of deeper aspects of our nature. These “instincts” may be less related to a dichotomous “either-or” Aristotelian or classic way of thinking (more useful for understanding stable exterior, objective patterns). They may relate to more inclusive relational “laws” connecting subjective and objective aspects of experience and reality (epistemology and ontology) and they may subsume (not discard) classical rules of inference. We would need to know what other possibilities there are to understand and participate in the Cosmos (especially besides classical logic and physicality) in order to better understand the “ET mind” and to make intelligent, informed decisions.
Perhaps Integral Theory is one of the integrative models emerging within the search for post postmodern intellectual approaches to help us better understand the complex world, our lives, ETs and our roles are currently situated, especially in an age in which traditional linear thinking doesn’t work well with the non-linear, uncertainty-generating interconnectness we have artificially created. I think we need to grow up intellectually and ethically to thrive based on more profound synergistic patterns in which information rules but not just in a randomly self-organized way but with an active role for consciousness and…purpose.
Furthermore, I think that we can indeed grow up and that our genuine, long term security rests in not on remaining ignorant about what is going on. Otherwise – using a reasonable exopolitical analysis – I think that there are different forms of evidence that indicate we won’t be considered capable of handling our becoming a space-faring civilization and we’ll need different kinds of the “powers that be” to decide things for us. In fact, if we don’t grow up to a more mature way of thinking we may not earn a minimal status that equates with cosmic-level “sovereignty”.
We need to stop bickering among us about whether there is scientific evidence that ETs are really here or not. Our scientists must at least valiantly come out of their cocoons and self-reinforcing conservative, doctrine-based institutions to really serve humanity in our current situation by being willing to look at the entire evidence in detail and in earnest so that more of us can start thinking politically (with greater credibility and influence) about important consequences and implications such as to why different alien entities with different agendas seem to be allowed to pursue their different goals using us in different ways based on our current state of understanding. We need to understand how they apparently come to agree with each other or at least to agree not to interfere with each other’s plans too much. We need to find out in a non-condemnatory, non-xenophobic but, instead, more integrally intelligent manner who among the various ETs can reasonably be considered our “friends” and our “foes” in terms of them (even if all were capable of thinking non-linearly and in many ways more “integrally” than most humans) being or not being willing to patiently work with us to assist our development toward our highest potentials as a species while simultaneously not violating our CONSCIOUS free choice.
Through CE-V human-propitiating contact techniques like those of Sixto Paz and others, more experiment-style and (to a degree) repeatable evidence could be obtained. If more of us become willing to research with a genuine scientific attitude and even to proactively make contact in order to find out more directly “who is who” among the ETs and what the (hyperdimensional, social and ethical) “rules of engagement” might be, progress will be made towards subjectively (and inter-subjectively) assigning “proof” to the ever-increasing and already profuse “evidence.” Let’s grow up as a species and consider all the possibilities in earnest!
The launch of the DIFAA (Departamento de Investigaciones de Fenómenos Aéreos Anómalos/Anomalous Aerial Phenomena Research Department) of the Peruvian Air Force was cordial and successful. It took place within the gorgeous Tudor Style house built in the 1920’s in Miraflores, Lima, Perú and which is the current seat of the DINAE (División de Intereses Aero Espaciales/Aero Space Interests Division) of the Peruvian Air Force.
Even while taking place on a Friday morning, the event was approximately attended by 60-70 individuals, among whom was a small group of academics, people involved in political and cultural life, Peruvian Air Force personnel, a representative of the National Police, a varied contingent of local and international media and even some alleged UFO and contact experiencers (one of which had been associated to the Air Force and briefly stood up speaking up in favor of the new Department). The ceremony proceeded formally, smoothly, mostly on time and with the attendance of Peruvian Air Force Operations Commander, Lieutenant General Carlos Bohorquez Castellanos and the director of DINAE Col. Julio Vucetich Abanto representing the Air Force.
Col. Vucetich announced that the DIFAA was assisted by a team of civilian experts forming the Advisory Council currently composed of Barthelemy D’ans (president of the Peruvian Astronomy Association), Manuel Aguirre Morales (archeologist, philosopher), Enrique Álvarez Vita (engineer, mathematician), Patricia Meseth (librarian, information systems), Marco Barraza (journalist and researcher), Luis Enrique Alvizuri (writer, journalist, philosopher) and I.
Archeologist Manuel Aguirre Morales gave a remarkable presentation on what is scientifically known about the Nazca Lines, their historical timeline, the probably shamanic aspect, their astronomical alignments and the associated Nazca cultural artifacts, debunking undue claims made in popular accounts. While agreeing with him on these explanations (and agreeing with him that these figures were NOT physically made by extraterrestrials), I gave a presentation on evidence for an extraterrestrial presence among a small percentage of anomalous aerial phenomena suggesting that such a presence might have inspired or influenced ancient cultures such as the Nazca whose geometric figures and geoglyphs are better seen from the sky.
I also mentioned that a widespread verification of the extraterrestrial presence – for which there’s serious evidence accumulating – would encourage a reassessment of our cultural premises. In this context, and after mentioning some UFO sightings in the Nazca and nearby and associated areas (such as Palpa, Ica and Paracas), I briefly mentioned the academic approach to “Exopolitics,” calling it an emerging discipline, mostly based on the social sciences and providing assessments based on objectively comparing multiple sources of evidence. Besides, I also spoke about highly unique, alleged ET implants recovered and analyzed through the efforts of Dr. Roger Leir, mentioned the 1999 COMETA Report from France, the declarations of former Canadian Minister of Defence Paul Hellyer, and the need to demystify and de-stigmatize UFO reporting.
Both General Bohorquez and Colonel Vucetich spoke about the practical need for keeping track, researching, cataloguing and understanding the wide range of events that constitute “anomalous aerial phenomena,” some of which (like meteorites reaching the ground, falling satellites, or even spy airplanes and probes) might pose more prosaic threats to civilian population or to national sovereignty. From what I’ve seen there’s a genuine interest to objectively understand all aspects of these phenomena, yes, including the possibility that some might refer to the extraterrestrial presence. I evaluated that neither these gentlemen nor most people in the audience discarded the possibility that a small percentage of observations and events might even refer to extraterrestrial vehicles. I think that the latter idea – while still generating some uneasiness – is gaining recognition as a perfectly rational option in some cases.
Almost immediately after the official launch of the DIFAA some credible witnesses of anomalous aerial phenomena (even bringing along some interesting supporting evidence) have come up to provide their report. All were thankful that there was an office willing to take their reports in and after evaluating them be willing to look into chosen cases more deeply.
On Friday, October 18th, 2013 the Peruvian Air Force will launch a Department focused on researching the presence of anomalous aerial phenomena. It will be called “DIFAA” which stands for the (Departamento de Investigación de Fenómenos Aéreos Anómalos or Anomalous Aerial Phenomena Research Department). This department will be directly assisted by a Civilian Advisory Council which, as far as I know, is a unique arrangement in the world. This council is composed of researchers, scientists and intellectuals and it includes Commander Julio Cesar Chamorro Flores (ret) who a few years earlier (while still on duty) directed the Peruvian Air Force’s UFO research office called OIFAA. During that time I also acted as a civilian advisor.
Currently, the Civilian Advisory Council also includes archeologist Manuel Aguirre Morales, research journalist Marco Barraza Camacho; the Director of the Peruvian Institute of astronomy Barthelemy d’Ans; Engineer and cultural events promoter Enrique Álvarez Vita; communications expert Patricia Meseth Petrucelli; philosopher Luis Enrique Alvizuri and I, Giorgio Piacenza Cabrera, sociologist and Exopolitics Institute advisor.
The prevalent attitude I surmise both in the Civilian Advisory Council and at the Peruvian Air Force is one of flexible, open-minded and also objective research and of considering the wide range of aspects which the UFO Phenomenon and the alleged or actual presence of extraterrestrial beings may entail. There’s also a desire to educate the civilian population on a wide variety of scientific and culturally appropriate subjects through conferences and other outreach events. While we currently don’t operate with a substantial budget, I think that all parties involved display a sufficiently flexible attitude and an interest to develop a more integrative, sui generis and still objective approach to research.
On Friday, October 18th, 2013 the “Dirección Nacional de Intereses Aero Espaciales” (DINAE) of the Peruvian Air Force (under whose jurisdiction the DIFAA operates) will host the inaugural event at DINAE’s headquarters in Miraflores, Lima, Peru and it will be accompanied by a formal explanation, presentation and two brief conferences with a question and answers period. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, the event is for the most part by invitation only. Archeologist Manuel Aguirre Morales will speak about the Nazca Lines from a more classical scientific perspective and I will speak about the possible presence of extraterrestrials and exopolitics. Distinguished academics, relevant political and military personalities plus the local and international press have been invited.
I believe this is an opportunity to bring exopolitical issues to the fore and to demonstrate that formal institutions can consider anomalous aerial phenomena and some of their possible implications as important, serious subjects worthy of scientific and cultural interest. As is well-known by UFO and exopolitical researchers, many countries in the Latin American region are actively pursuing a similar path to legitimate these issues and overcome the unnecessary stigma attached to reporting about UFOs and the possible or real extraterrestrial presence.
Is a practical, universal ethics compatible with ethically advanced, benevolent, cosmic civilizations possible for humanity? Does it require the slow progression in psychological developmental stages of a majority of individuals? If so, what if the social system and culture (s) regress from slowly developing (and challenged) democracies to pre-modern stages? If we have the wherewithal or potential to be substantially different, does it require a shift in attitudes that can be stimulated worldwide thanks to the dire environmental circumstances (and other so-called “hypercomplex,” “wicked” problems) that we are provoking and for which we must adapt or perish? Or does it require AI to surveil and control our lives, perhaps in combination with massive genetic engineering, hybridizing with specific extraterrestrial species, or (as some channeled material mentions) will inevitably come about as some sort of “ascension” process thanks to vibratory frequency shifts forcing us to change? We need to be realistic and consider all reasonable possibilities.
What kind of ethics do we need to establish a constructive rapport with the kind of extraterrestrials that may be the most respectful and positive to our long-term well-being? Harmonious universal values and principles become personally binding and not just “lofty words” disconnected from “reality” and soon to be forgotten IF our sense of belonging, our self-identityexpands beyond irrational, pre-integral exclusivisms and we become intimately connected with levels of trans-rational (not non-rational), integral inclusivism. These levels include and transcend the “either-or” physical logic of distinctions and may even transcend and also transcend and include the “both-and” relational logic of the subtle worlds of energy and life. They vibrate with the heart of love as a higher, more inclusive form of logic that may be known in the Orient as “neti-neti” or “neither-nor.”
After years of reviewing contactee literature, I’d say that many alleged extraterrestrials seem to have an expanded sense of belonging, not only in a cognitive sense and in ways of dealing with complexity and multidimensionality but also in heartfelt, spiritual, and instinctive a-rational (not irrational) terms. These types of ETs seem to be more human-compatible and to offer the most human-enhancing and whole free will-respecting contacts. The question is can we rise to the challenge and get a grip of such an ethics as exopolitical ambassadors representing the whole human species?
There’s an ethical understanding called the “Bredam.” The ‘Bredam’ or “Cosmic Song of the Universe” is not found in any particular place but is everywhere at once. It is not written in any language, books, manuscripts, or codes. Its place and expectation is from always. There is no secret needed to find it because as it is it is without you (as a separate being). It is a perennial form of energy and all have access to it when the time arrives (this is an alleged ET transmission to a contactee within Mission Rahma).”
Within the (international but mostly Latin American) ET contact group called “Mission Rahma” (originated in 1974 by Sixto Paz Wells, his family and friends inside the (now extant) Peruvian Institute of Interplanetary Relations “IPRI” (founded by his father Carlos Paz García Corrochano in 1955), the “Bredam” is alleged to be a moral understanding and a set of “laws” adhered to in every planetary civilization that functions under the spiritual authority of the24 Elders of the (Milky Way) Galaxy. I suppose that it would also apply to civilizations that follow the spiritual advice of an even higher council of the Nine of Andromeda.
The following extract is a conceptual transmission that allegedly took place during a contact experience in which a physical and inter-dimensional transference to “Morlen” (Ganymede, the moon of Jupiter) was achieved through an artificially generated dimensional gateway called “Xendra.” I translated the following passage inspired on the “Bredam” from http://contactorahma.blogspot.com/.
“One can only see well with the heart
One can only identify correctly with intuition
One can only understand well with respect to reasons
One can only judge well with an understanding of motivations
One can only dialogue adequately with tolerance to diverse opinions but,
above all, one can only teach well through example.”
“Mission Rahma” is one of several contact missions that relate with specific varieties of our extraterrestrial forefathers/elder cosmic brothers. These particular “forefathers” admit that in the past they committed several mistakes that hurt humanity. Nonetheless, this particular group currently seems to be aligned with the love-based esoteric teachings of the world religions and to be very respectful of Master Jesus the Christ in particular because this being is one with the “Cosmic Christ” or Logos, the firstborn in an ultra-terrestrial Universe. The latter element seems to be a reason why they found a more receptive human community among Spanish-speaking, idealist, spiritual seekers willing to consistently work with a lofty mission without excesses of fanaticism.
Why can’t we be motivated by lofty values, feelings, understanding and spirituality and not be fanatics? The motto currently used in this contact experience goes something like this: “Rahma is to love, God is love, Christ is the lord and the Mission is for Humanity. Why can’t this also be important for intelligent, wise, technologically advanced extraterrestrials? Why can’t there be a level of consciousness capable of balancing the dichotomous excesses to which pre-integral human minds tend to fall?
In the word “Rahma” “Ra” symbolizes the “Sun” and “Divine Light;” “Ma” symbolizes “the Earth” and the letter “h” symbolizes our “humanity” capable of bringing light and wisdom to Earth but also to the Cosmos and, furthermore, of acting as a “bridge” to the highest dimensions of existence which extraterrestrials themselves do not reach. Even if the group is numerically small (perhaps in the thousands over the years in more than 20 countries), the unity of altruistic purpose and collective spiritual “work” is deemed an effective representation in the name of humanity.
Allegedly, according to physical contactees from this group, Ganymede (the moon of Jupiter) harbors a technologically-sustained intentional community (a multi-faceted colony of colonists from many civilizations which did not adhere to the Orion rebellion). The colony (called “Morlen”) is thought to be located in another time frame and subtler vibratory level of physical reality. It is also considered to be the local seat (or at least a local seat) of the “Council of the 24 Eldersof the (Milky Way) Galaxy.” After preparing themselves a group of individuals was transported there all at once and also Sixto Paz Wells may have been taken there by himself.
The truthfulness and objective reality of the Mission Rahma contacts are validated by decades of shared experiences of people that have followed the same contact methods and obtained similar interpretations without being abused according to common sense human standards. Some “anomalous” sightings were verified collectively even with the presence of news reporters. Hundreds of people have experienced various kinds of contact including holographic, physical, energetic, and telepathic and, while the sense of mission and the information indeed has a spiritual pseudo-religious-sounding appearance, this doesn’t mean that genuine contacts don’t surpass physical and psychical components and are capable of going into the spiritual heart of the matter or into crucially important spiritual reasons.
The point is that spirit and not technology or power-seeking, unending distrust-enhancing and manipulation are keys to these kinds of high-level, loving, and mutually respectful contacts with friends we can trust. Even so, what might seem as simple pseudo –religiosity and none else to rigid, modern “rational” minds and feelings are not accompanied by a rigid “follow the leader” scam. They are usually accompanied by order, freedom, coherence, voluntary work, and sufficient rationality. Let’s not confuse spirituality with fanaticism and technology-power seeking contacts with genuine contacts. There are instead many kinds of contacts and beings in a complex range of interactions across the globe.
While I’m quoting ideas expressive of the “Bredam,” this “code” is more like the “spirit of the law” thought to be felt and understood by the spiritual heart and through common sense. Some of the sayings that follow (allegedly communicated by extraterrestrial “guides” and by some of their spiritual “masters” during telepathic transmissions) may give us a better sense of this unwritten “code”:
Close your eyes to see; Open your heart to understand; Seal your lips to vibrate; Feel the Christ presence to shine.
The beginning of reason is logic and the logic of its beginning is its end. Reason doesn’t rest in knowledge but in wisdom.
The goal of a wise master is not that his disciple equals him but to be surpassed by him; in this way he will have an opportunity to become a disciple once again.
What you understand with the heart is integrated with the mind and is communicated with the sublime act of love.
GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTING ET MESSAGES WHICH MAY REFLECT AN INTERIORIZED ETHICS LIKE THAT FOUND IN THE “BREDAM”
These guidelines were extensively used within the Mission Rahma contact groups, especially during the first years. Ideally, the guidelines which serve to judge the truthfulness and positive contributions of an extraterrestrial message could also give us some hints on the “Bredam” that inspires whom we would call “benign” or “life-enhancing,” “freedom-respectful” extraterrestrials: 1) A genuine life-enhancing message is coherent and logical (in the classic rational sense). 2) It possesses a simple and yet profound wisdom. 3) It is positive and provides options for change and improvement, never falling prey to catastrophism. 4) It always provides a new contribution or something new and isn’t simply the repetition of previous messages, or contradicts the previous messages but, rather, expands and deepens upon them. 5) It is outside of time: Its knowledge transcends time. 6) It brings an intuitively perceived subtle contribution which quite often reason (classical reason) cannot understand. This is a sense of light and spirituality which is felt upon relating to the message. 7) A genuine message is universal and not personal or exclusive. It doesn’t exalt the “antenna” or receiver above the rest of the participants whose role in harmony is just as crucial. It doesn’t over-differentiate. 8) It can propose specific spiritual tasks or a change for the good but never impose them on others.
Some Personal Reflections: Is a Cosmic/Universal Ethics Humanly Possible?
It seems that – in relation to most ET groups coming to Earth/our physical time frame – whatever their orientation might be they at least perceive themselves as part of a coherent planetary species as a group. Their consciousness is sufficiently integral to operate under a universal concern that goes along with the capacity and responsibility to manipulate space-time. The different groups seem to agree with shared engagement rules even if they might have serious differences among themselves. Thus, it is not easy to judge them under our simpler “either-or” incipient rational parameters. We would need to mature a level of consciousness that identifies with larger living-intelligent wholes, like with the whole of Earth and with the whole of our Earth human species. Only then we might achieve a form of cosmic sovereignty and respect from other species who might want different things from us. Only then can we expect some varieties of ETs not to manipulate us for us to give them permission to intervene us as inferior creatures. Only then and when we understand the power of our free will and creative potential can we safely engage with the whole variety of ET groups and not just with those that respect us the most (as the ET groups that have been operating through Mission Rahma volunteer participants).
Reflecting on what causes self-reflective, intelligent beings to behave for the benefit of others I realize that a most crucial ingredient is the shared values of the groupwe participatewith in a vital or personally important way. If our self-identity depends on valuing being humans and our group implicitly says “humans are tough” we’ll try to show toughness. If we are Americans and our self-identity depends on groups that implicitly say that “Americans are predestined by God” we’ll support that. Every value we support, if it is partially true will not just negate its opposite. It will support our core sense of self-identifications and also leave out other partially true values. Nevertheless, the more UNIVERSAL and INCLUSIVE our sense of self and group-related values are, the more these values will partially coincide with other people’s. It may be a matter of gradually expanding our inclusivity along with greater values with which our sense of self-identity can coexist with.
Can we expect ETs to risk openly contacting us in our own terms any time soon? Can we live by a universal and unspecified ethics like the “Bredam?” Can we listen and resonate with the “Song of the Universe?” I think that we already do it to a greater or lesser extent in so far as we value others besides ourselves to whichever degree. Nonetheless, I also think that that to do so in a similar way as the alleged extraterrestrials mentioned in this essay more importantly requires an expansion or leap in the spiritually (Monad presence) “heart-felt” and constitutionally (gross and subtle bodies integration) “instinctively-felt” self-identity. These are the spiritual and fundamental sides of our conscious capacity to include. Secondarily it requires a cognitive expansion into a trans-systemic, integral-level understanding. In other words, cognition and mental understanding may be necessary and useful but not as fundamentally important as spiritually-inspired feelings and structurally-inspired instincts. This may be why benign extraterrestrials often choose not just people who don’t have a personal stake in institutions but also who are not very intellectually inclined. Their good feelings and good instincts about their contacts are in these cases what matters most.
While cognitive expansion of our conscious “space” would deal with extraterrestrials (and any other form of life) in depersonalized, Third Person-objective, inter-systemic ways (like a “Vulcan” from the TV series “Star Trek” would) spiritual and instinctive conscious expansion would deal with extraterrestrials in personal, First Person-subjective ways. Both ways could be necessary but the latter would be more fundamental since even subjectivity may be ultimately linked to the Universal Conscious Presence that gives rise to everything, including objects and the intelligence needed to understand them.
Perhaps a basic “gentlemen’s agreement” kind or respect in our relations with ETs may require our self-identities to embrace a healthy cognitive respect for the vital integration of all systems (terrestrial and extraterrestrial) but a kind and superior alignment with the highest good for everyone, in the long run, may require a self-identity extended by an opening of the heart. This opening of the heart may lead to a more coherent and profound logic cohering different ways of knowing interpenetrating realities/realms and not to a fanaticism as is erroneously assumed by some proud modern rationalists which oversimplify the issue.
Contactees within Mission Rahma (as well as contactees from other groups, theosophists, new agers, and channelers) have generally privileged the former kind of leap and within Mission Rahma, it has been called a leap into the “Fourth Dimension of Consciousness.” This appears to be a level of consciousness in which individuality is not lost but in which there’s a healthy interest in the good of the whole in which an individual participates.Planet-wide challenges call for this kind of consciousness in which integral solutions can be applied and in which local or personal closed-minded preferences inimical to the harmony of the whole (as a species and the planet’s life forms) are reorganized for the good of all individuals as participants in that greater unit. Different world and culture transforming collectives need to start recognizing each other, coming together, and integrating their advanced ideas into an even greater level of unity-coherence-knowingness.
Preparing the planet for open contacts is about integrating the Good, True and Beautiful elements of many complementing integrative ideologies and movements.
In fact, this expansion, this development or perhaps “leap in consciousness” might also correlate with the research and theories put forth in the work of several coinciding developmental psychologists like Dr. Clare W. Graves’ and his “Levels of Existence” (http://www.clarewgraves.com/), Dr. Elizabeth Cook-Greuter and her “Action Logics,” Dr. Jane Loevinger’s and her “Stages of Ego Development” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loevinger%27s_stages_of_ego_development) and Harvard Professor in Adult Learning and Professional Behavior Dr. Robert Kegan’s and his “Orders of Consciousness” (http://www.gse.harvard.edu/directory/faculty/faculty-detail/?fc=318&flt=k&sub=all). Research like this being recognized by Integral Theory followers (who tend to be psychologists) also needs to be incorporated into the exopolitical and world transformation discourse.
In relation to a cognitive and self-identity level of awareness capable of dealing with the world as a whole (and in my view even perhaps) with extraterrestrial contact Professor Kegan refers to the possibility of an emerging “Inter-Individual Order of Consciousness.” Consciousness and cultural evolution is possible and a universal tendency according to Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory. While success is not pre-determined we can make use of the cosmic tendency to develop more inclusive forms of life, downloading higher potentials from subtler levels of existence and actualizing them through choice in “bottom-up” evolution. At least all of these researchers using different kinds of structuralist methods through psychological tests and other approximate objective ways of quantifying human psychological development coincide with one of the fathers of Humanistic psychology, Dr. Abraham Maslow (http://www.abrahammaslow.com/) who thought that higher stages of human development were indeed possible
I think that each particular group of self-aware and self-reflective beings on Earth (and elsewhere) admit values which themselves are degrees of understandings which ultimately derive from the original explicated Source, the sound and light sustaining all of creation, universes, densities, realities and materiality. As that which provides essential meaning, coherence and order it has been variously recognized in different religions as: All inclusive love, the Logos/Christ, the Word, AUM, the compassionate Buddha Mind, and even by esoteric mystics as a vibratory essence of MIND behind the seven Hermetic principles given in “The Kybalion” (which may have been written or telepathically received by William Walker Atkinson but still remains hauntingly inspiring).
The human sense of order, of right and wrong, of better and worse, of more or less harmonious, of what to value, include or to exclude so as to choose and evolve would emerge from this original vibration at the Heart of all that is manifesting or may manifest relatively to each other entity. The ability to recognize the vibration surpassing definition but aligned with Truth, Order, Beauty, and shared Harmony would always be with us (however we may have been genetically modified for the worse) because without it intelligent living systems would not flourish. It would be naturally encoded within our bodies and our DNA blueprint. This knowingness would enhance and harmonize with all forms of constructive harmonious meaning-making, logic, and order and so we would know that it is not foible and self-deception.
If we felt it as a single thread connecting our body, mind and spirit essences and their corresponding “bodies” we would be potentially capable of acting more inclusively and kindly to all of life, extending our vital participating self (and absolutely necessary) sense of belonging and participation to the entire Cosmos made of living entities at all levels sustauined by the Creator Source, God, Oneness, Being, LOVE.

EXOPOLITICS IS ABOUT…
EXOPOLITICS is about studying the political implications of the possible or real extraterrestrial presence. It is a subject of world interest and research which is very serious and promoting public education and a new way of thinking about our cultural foundations, new laws and public policies on a world-wide basis. The percentage of concrete evidences (like physical implants with nanotechnology analyzed in prestigious universities and institutes) eliminate the credibility of the psychological factor of considering the possible ET presence as “TABOO.” Exopolitics is part of a world conversation and exchange of ideas that need to flourish to improve and mature our emerging planetary civilization. It is necessary to develop a more integral society that knows its place in the Cosmos.
1) A discipline based on the social sciences (and its methods) and that it studies the institutions, processes and political ‘actors’ pertaining to the relation between human beings and the extraterrestrial presence, including in this relation the organization of cosmic governance among extraterrestrial-cosmic civilizations. (This statement is a combination of some definitions by Dr. Michael Salla’s and Dr. Alfred Webre’s).
2) An intelligence gathering and assessing activity. This aspect doesn’t need to operate under 100% concrete corroboration and proof as may be an ideal of the hard sciences. Instead it relies on a well-informed, ‘intelligent’ assessment of probable situations. Objectivity, cross references, falsifiability, coinciding and non-coinciding evidence toward one position or another is welcome.
3) A social activism or social movement promoting public education, open dialogue and as much official disclosure as may be possible by world governments or covert groups controlling research of the reality of the extraterrestrial presence, technology, extraterrestrial civilizations, alternative or forgotten history of humanity.
4) An active search to establish peaceful and mutually respectful relations-exchanges with possible physical, parallel physical, extra dimensional, transdimensional extraterrestrial presences engaging our world and humanity and, while promoting dialogue and personal and collective preparation for direct contacts, seeks to understand who represents the interests of humanity, the planet and other living species as a whole.
5) A culturally transformative intellectual and spiritual opening to new paradigms, the role of consciousness, the most inclusive scientific advances, integral philosophies and metaphysics which may inform a larger understanding of humanity’s relationship with the Cosmos.
A research team working with the University of Sheffield claims they may have found extraterrestrial life in the stratosphere at approximate altitudes between 25-27 KM. The results are found in the Journal of Cosmologyhttp://journalofcosmology.com/JOC22/milton_diatom.pdf
Milton Wainwright et al analyzed samples taken over northern England by a stratospheric balloon on July 31, 2013. Their article “Isolation of a Diatom Frustule Fragment from the Lower Stratosphere (22-27Km)-Evidence for a Cosmic Origin” includes photographs of the remains of what may be extraterrestrial microorganisms. Because Earth-based diatom-size organisms do not survive for a long time at these heights the scientists give as their probable origin a comet.
A “frustule” is the hard shell or cell wall of “diatoms” and they are normally composed of silica. “Diatoms” are unicellular organisms normally representing a form of phytoplankton. Phytoplankton are wondering (autotrophic), photosynthesizing micro organisms typically found in the oceans. The balloon had a video camera, an electron microscope and a collecting stub designed to avoid contamination. What would a frustule be doing in the stratosphere at about 25 KM in altitude? The research team used an aseptic electron microscope onboard the balloon and claims that it is the first time an isolated diatom frustule has been obtained from the stratosphere. Moreover, they report that the size and mass of the specimen were especially significant. The sampling was conducted during the Perseid meteor shower. However, a comet origin is more specifically suggested.
No known Earth-based source at the time of the sampling (as volcanic eruptions may have been) would have sent a diatom to the stratosphere so the possibility of an extraterrestrial origin is given. The team of scientists (also including Christopher E. Rose, Alexander J. Baker, Briston, K.J and N. Chandra Wickramasinghe, Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Leonardo Centre for Tribilogy, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Sheffield, UK; and Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology, University of Buckingham, UK) is trying to determine whether the diatom frustule corresponds to a known earth species but they are quite serious about the possibility of it being of extraterrestrial origin.
Commentary: Even the scientific finding of an extraterrestrial diatom fragment would be a significant step toward the acceptance of extraterrestrial life. This acceptance would contribute to a more open-minded attitude on the current scientific and exopolitical evidence that self-aware, intelligent, extraterrestrial life is already found here among us.

Strictly speaking, “PROOF” of the extraterrestrial presence (from a rigorous academic point of view) would be more (classically speaking and before the findings of Kurt Gödel) limited to mathematics and logic but not to evidence obtained inductively after the senses however frequent the perceptions. The same applies to scientific theories, models, explanations that correspond to observations or sensorially obtained data. However, there is STRONG, ROBUST EVIDENCE that the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis is VALID and that it is the more LOGICAL hypothesis to explain at least SOME UFO cases. Structured objects flying in ways that challenge Newtonian physics while sometimes producing strange electromagnetic interference near airplanes when seen by experienced observers under the sunlight cannot be seriously explained away as reflections, lenticular clouds or the planet Venus. Here the simplest explanation, even following the advice (not an unfailing law) from “OCCAM’s “Razor” is the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis rather than trying to contrive other explanations that do not fit the data as well (as was done several times with Projects Grudge, Blue Book, the highly biased 1968 “CONDON Panel” and other mostly dismissive research efforts on UFOs), especially after UFO incidents that involved commercial and military pilots and-or radar-eyesight evidence. Even if one UFO case were most likely due to an intelligent extraterrestrial presence, the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis would have to be seriously considered and – unlike what was concluded by the “Condon Committee” – just to understand the physics involved (which apparently cancels and-or manipulates gravitational and inertial forces) there would definitely be great scientific merit in researching UFOs.
