Obama CIA Director Brennan On UFOs

• In an interview with Tyler Cowen at Marginal Revolution, John O. Brennan, CIA Director under President Obama, the subject quickly turned to the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force and possible explanations for what these UFOs are and where they might come from. (see video below at 6:45 minute mark) Brennan took the question seriously and hinted that the CIA has pondered the subject and aren’t ruling anything out.

• The interview (below) covers a lot more material than just UFOs, but the way Brennan answered the UAP question is of particular interest. Brennan begins the answer with a nervous laugh. He doesn’t sound entirely comfortable and goes on to string together a very large number of words that seem to dance around the question before delivering the final shot. He races through a few more qualifiers before suggesting the possibility that the origin of the UAP is something that “some might say constitutes a different form of life.” Those were some impressive linguistic backflips to avoid saying the word “aliens” or “extraterrestrials,” weren’t they? But what else could he be talking about?

• Cutting through the double talk, Brennan essentially says, “I think it’s a bit presumptuous and arrogant for us to believe that there’s no other form of life anywhere in the entire universe. What that (form) might be is subject to a lot of different views. But I think some of the phenomena we’re going to be seeing …that is the result of something that we don’t yet understand and …involve some type of activity that …constitutes a different form of life.

• As the former Director of the CIA, Brennan held (and likely still holds) one of the highest possible security clearances in the country. And as those that follow ufology already know, the CIA has had a long and deep interest in the subject of UFOs going back to the earliest days of the agency. They have frequently been shown to have trafficked in information and frequently, disinformation.

• The CIA worked hand-in-hand with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations in Project Blue Book disinformation campaign, and with the efforts of AFOSI disinformation agent Richard Doty. Doty’s efforts at blaming aliens as a cover for other classified operations eventually led to the death of a scientist named Paul Bennewitz. So the CIA has had their hand in this game for a long time. If they know anything about UFOs that’s being withheld from the public, it’s a fair bet that Brennan knows about it. But hearing him “suggest” that they might involve “a different form of life” is intriguing, to say the least.

knows about the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, or at least thinks it knows. John O. Brennan, CIA Director under President Obama, gave an interview to Tyler Cowen at Marginal Revolution. Part of their conversation turned to the subject of the UAP Task Force and possible explanations for what these UFOs are and where they might come from. Rather than clamming up or simply laughing it off, Brennan took the question seriously. While he clearly wasn’t about to make some Earth-shattering announcement, he did offer some speculation which at least seems to hint at the idea that the CIA has pondered the subject and they aren’t ruling anything out.

COWEN: At the end of all that sifting and interpreting, what do you think is the most likely hypothesis?

BRENNAN: [laughs] I don’t know. When people talk about it, is there other life besides what’s in the States, in the world, the globe? Life is defined in many different ways. I think it’s a bit presumptuous and arrogant for us to believe that there’s no other form of life anywhere in the entire universe. What that might be is subject to a lot of different views.

But I think some of the phenomena we’re going to be seeing continues to be unexplained and might, in fact, be some type of phenomenon that is the result of something that we don’t yet understand and that could involve some type of activity that some might say constitutes a different form of life.

You can read or listen to the interview at Medium and it’s probably worth your time if you’re interested in this subject. They cover a lot more material than just UFOs, but the way Brennan answered the UAP question is of particular interest to me. Just from the transcript above, you can see that he begins the answer with a laugh, but it sounds more like a nervous laugh than any sort of mocking tone. Obama to put humans on Mars

President Obama pledged to land humans on Mars in last night’s State of the Union speech. In a show of his commitment he arranged to have astronaut Scott Kelly in the audience.

Kelly is scheduled to spend a year in the International Space Station. Kelly’s mission is vital for a future manned mission to Mars given the three years or so for a round trip.

Last month, we launched a new spacecraft as part of a re-energized space program that will send American astronauts to Mars. In two months, to prepare us for those missions, Scott Kelly will begin a year-long stay in space.

Republicans and Democrats all stood to give Kelly a standing ovation after Obama’s introduction.

On Dec. 5, 2014, NASA successfully tested its Orion spacecraft which will be used for manned missions to Mars. The Orion will be launched on top of NASA’s new heavy lift rocket, the Space Launch System which is scheduled to be ready by 2018. The Space Launch System is planned to become NASA’s most powerful rocket launch vehicle ever, surpassing the Saturn V rockets used for the Apollo missions five decades ago.

Back in April 2010, President Obama gave a speech at the Kennedy Space Center where he revealed his plan to get humans to Mars by 2035. “I expect to be around to see it,” Obama told NASA employees.

NASA is not the only U.S. organization planning to put humans on Mars. Elon Musk’s Space-X is also planning to develop sufficiently powerful rockets and spacecraft for the long trip Mars.

“The reason SpaceX was created was to accelerate development of rocket technology, all for the goal of establishing a self-sustaining, permanent base on Mars,” Musk told an audience back in May 2014. Musk plans to develop a Falcon Heavy Lift rocket, the most powerful rocket since the Saturn V that will be used for manned missions to Mars.

If all goes well for NASA and Space X, sometime within the next decade or two, humans will be taken to Mars. The first human landing on Mars will be a historic global event, rivaling the first moon landing. Or will it? Ardent conspiracy theorists argue that humans have already landed on Mars.

Alleged whistleblowers have come forward over the last few years claiming to have traveled to a secret colony on Mars using different classified travel technologies. Among the more recent is ‘Captain Kaye’, who claims to have spent 17 years on a Mars military base after being taken there by a spacecraft belonging to a classified space fleet.  Another alleged whistleblower, Andrew Basiago, an attorney based in Washington state, claims to have been teleported to a secret Mars base after being recruited into a classified program called Project Pegasus.

Without concrete evidence to support extraordinary claims of a secret human colony already on Mars, there has been heated controversy. Is there a secret space fleet already ferrying humans to Mars; or advanced teleportation technologies for instantaneous travel there?

One thing we can be sure of from the Edward Snowden NSA leaks, intelligence agencies are very skilled in hiding highly classified programs through compartmentalization. Documents confirm that the NSA and its partners train operatives to use covert forms of online deception to lead the public away from the truth.

For President Obama, his immediate challenge is to convince the Republican controlled Congress that putting humans on Mars is a policy worth funding.

What Obama’s reelection means for UFO extraterrestrial disclosure

In Tuesday’s U.S. Presidential election, Barack Obama won a narrow but clear victory over his Republican opponent. Democrats held on to their Senate majority, and Republicans maintained control over the House of Representatives. The next twelve months or so will be when Obama moves forward with his most ambitious re-election policies before the 2014 mid-term elections return the United States again to the hyper-partisan politics that produced gridlock for the last two years. Republican control over the House will ensure that there is plenty of opposition to much of Obama’s legislative agenda. This will not be the case though with immigration reform to finally deal with the question of illegal aliens. Severely punished by the Latino vote, Republicans are sure to give bipartisan support to Obama in passing a new DREAM Act to legalize the status of young illegal aliens raised in the USA. What however of another type of illegal alien claimed to be visiting the USA? Does UFO extraterrestrial disclosure figure at all in Obama’s political agenda?

When Obama first became President there were many hopeful signs that his push for more transparent and accountable government would translate into greater openness where the truth would finally come out about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. His appointment of Hillary Clinton to Secretary of State fueled rumors that her documented interest in UFOs in the Clinton administration would lead to some startling disclosures. Whistleblowers were ready to come forward to testify about a host of illegal government activities if they were given protection to reveal their secrets. This culminated in the belief that disclosure of extraterrestrial life was imminent early in the Obama administration. Four years later, those early hopes look positively naïve. Government transparency did not open up national security archives to researchers, and whistleblower protection did not happen after all. The Obama administration went on the record to disavow any interest in investigating claims that the Roswell crash really involved otherworldly UFOs. There was no disclosure of extraterrestrial life visiting our world.

What has changed, four years after Obama’s first Presidential election, is that the world is better prepared for accepting that extraterrestrial life exists. Here are three scenarios of how Obama might announce the existence of alien life during his second term of office.

Scenario 1 – Alien life found on exoplanets. The deployment of advanced space telescopes such as NASA’s Kepler Mission, has led to the discovery of hundreds of exoplanets. This has revolutionized the scientific community. The question, “do habitable conditions for life exist elsewhere in the galaxy?” has been decisively answered in the affirmative. Statistics tell us that some, if not many, of the billions of exoplanets projected to exist in our galaxy alone, are sure to host some form of life. The world’s foremost scientists are now openly discussing the scientific and social consequences of extraterrestrial life being discovered. The question is now “when” rather than “if” extraterrestrial life will be discovered by the next generation of space telescopes used to scan the galaxy.  The new Obama administration will continue to fund NASA scientific missions, making it possible that at some point in his second term, he can announce that we are not alone in the galaxy.

Scenario 2 – Roswell Crash really did happen. This scenario concerns claims that extraterrestrials are visiting us now and select government agencies have been covering this up since at least July, 1947, when the famous Roswell crash incident occurred. As most are aware, the US Army Air Corps released a statement on July 8 that a flying saucer had crashed, but retracted it hours later. Chase Brandon, a former CIA clandestine officer and public relations representative has claimed that he saw a file in the CIA historical archive that settled any personal doubt he had that the Roswell flying saucer crash really did involve extraterrestrial life and technology. Chase’s claims echo those of Lt. Col. Philip Corso, who led the Foreign Technology Desk at the US Army Research and Development department. Corso claims the U.S. Army had a filing cabinet with material from the Roswell crash that was leaked to private industry to spark technological development. During Obama’s second term, more material/evidence from the Roswell crash may leak, and/or witnesses come forward to reveal that extraterrestrial technology was indeed recovered. Several petitions have been launched with the Obama White House to achieve this goal.

Scenario 3 – (Contrived) War of the Worlds. There have been claims by Gordon Duff, a senior editor of Veterans Today, John Kettler and others of secret battles in the Pacific Ocean and Antarctica between a coalition of US-led Naval forces and extraterrestrials based in undersea bases. So far, there has not been any hard evidence to support such claims, only anonymous sources that are not revealed by Duff, et al. A Stalin era intelligence file released in 1991 revealed that the Admiral Byrd’s Antarctic expedition, Operation Highjump, did encounter and battle with a mysterious UFO force in early 1947. A succession of Hollywood blockbusters, Battleship, Battle Los Angeles, and the Avengers all focus on an extraterrestrial invasion theme. Is the public being conditioned to accept the possibility of an extraterrestrial invasion for a contrived national security crisis? According to former chief Apollo scientist, Werner Von Braun, a contrived alien invasion has been planned for several decades. Could President Obama one day find himself publicly responding to a national security crisis where US and allied military forces are under (a contrived) attack from an alien presence?

Any of the above or alternative scenarios might occur in the next year, or before the end of Obama’s second term of office in January 2017 – so what would happen? Obama’s award of the Nobel Peace Prize; mixed racial heritage; and an eclectic religious upbringing with a Christian mother, a Muslim father and stepfather, and six years spent in Muslim Indonesia as a youth, make him ideally suited to become a highly popular world leader.If it was decided that the existence of extraterrestrial life – due to scientific discovery and/or political necessity – was to be announced to the world, then President Obama would be the ideal candidate for the job.


Extraterrestrial disclosure would very likely overcome national differences and lead to rapid political unification at a planetary level, as President Reagan speculated in a General Assembly speech at the United Nations in 1987. We could very quickly expect world-wide planetary elections for national citizens to be represented in direct dealings with Galactic civilizations. This could be achieved either through significant reform of the United Nations (which currently represents “states” and not “people”), or through the creation of a “United Earth” sovereign body representing the people of Earth. In either case, any formal announcement by President Obama of the existence of extraterrestrial life would start a series of events where he would predictably take a more global leadership role in representing the people of Earth in negotiations with galactic visitors. So when President Obama and his bipartisan Republican allies pass a revamped DREAM act for illegal aliens, let’s dream of what would happen if the existence of off-planet aliens were also to announced by the White House sometime in the next four years.

Will Osama’s death lead to new contrived global threat – Aliens?

Osama bin Laden’s death was announced by President Barack Obama on Sunday evening May 1, 2011. Obama described bin Laden as the perpetrator of 911, and public enemy number 1. Bin Laden’s death was celebrated by many mainstream U.S. media outlets, political leaders and organizations. For many Americans, it brings closure to an incident that traumatized the American psyche and sparked a relentless global War on Terror. On the other side of the political divide, are those claiming that bin Laden had been killed some time ago and that the announcement was to be trotted out at the most politically expedient time for the Obama administration. There is more than political expediency behind the announcement of bin Laden’s death. There is a powerful archetypal element behind it. Not least is the irony of President “Obama” announcing “Osama’s” death given the name similarity. In a definite sense it brings closure to an ugly chapter in American history. For Obama, it represents a way of answering his critics over the direction he is taking the country. The U.S. is now free to concentrate on new emerging challenges in the international arena. Yet it’s hard to ignore the massive evidence that much of the Global War on Terror was contrived. Does the announcement of bin Laden’s death clear the path for the USA to embark on a new contrived global threat? This time, rather than extremists hiding in remote Afghanistan caves planning terrorist attacks, it will be against a more technologically advanced enemy – extraterrestrials?

First, this is what President Barack Obama had to say about Osama Bin Laden:

Good evening. Tonight, I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of al Qaeda, and a terrorist who’s responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent men, women, and children. It was nearly 10 years ago that a bright September day was darkened by the worst attack on the American people in our history. The images of 9/11 are seared into our national memory — hijacked planes cutting through a cloudless September sky; the Twin Towers collapsing to the ground; black smoke billowing up from the Pentagon; the wreckage of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, where the actions of heroic citizens saved even more heartbreak and destruction.

Whether one agrees or not that Bin Laden has just been killed by U.S Special Forces, his announced death certainly brings closure to the threat posed by him as the mastermind behind the 911 attacks, and as the head of Al Qaeda. There has been, however, much evidence that 911 was a contrived incident, and that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda were puppets for mysterious forces that operated at the highest levels of government in the U.S. and internationally. These forces operate clandestinely to manufacture new global threats to justify the massive U.S. military industrial complex, and an enormous number of covert operations run by the CIA and other intelligence agencies around the world.

Bin Laden’s announced death clears the path for a new contrived global threat. Now what would be the new threat? To answer that question, we can turn to someone who had deep insider knowledge of the mysterious forces behind the U.S. military industrial complex and covert operations around the world. A mysterious force that has more than ample means, resources and opportunities to manufacture global threats.

Dr Werner von Braun was one of architects of the NASA space program, and before that helped Hitler’s Nazi Germany in the development of the V1 and V2 rockets. During his decades in advanced military and aerospace research, von Braun became very familiar with inner workings of the military industrial complex. More importantly, he learned at first hand how global threats are manufactured or contrived by mysterious forces in control of the U.S. military industrial complex. During the final four years of his life, he confided his deepest fears on what these mysterious forces had in mind for the world. This is what he said, according to Carol Rosin who worked with him at the Fairchild aerospace company:

What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again during the approximately four years that I had the opportunity to work with him. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics That was how we identify an enemy. The strategy that Wernher Von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had “killer satellites”. We were told that they were coming to get us and control us-that they were “Commies.”
Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism. Then we were going to identify third-world country “crazies.” We now call them Nations of Concern. But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based weapons.
The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point he kind of chuckled the first time he said it.
Asteroids- against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons.
And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. “And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie.”

Osama bin Laden’s death will not end the need for new enemies to justify the enormous expenditures to run the military industrial complex, and the covert programs that help create the global and political circumstances supporting such expenditures. New enemies will be found. Von Braun’s warning about a contrived extraterrestrial enemy is not science fiction. There are many hints that the American public is being conditioned and prepared for the announcement of an extraterrestrial threat by a multitude of movies and television programs. War of the Worlds, The Event, V, Skyline, Battle: Los Angeles, Cowboys & Aliens are but a few of the recent movies and TV shows that portray extraterrestrials as the new enemy. Almost exactly one year ago, one of the world’s foremost astrophysicists, Professor Stephen Hawking, described extraterrestrial life in terms of a new kind of global threat if they were ever discovered.

Osama bin Laden’s death closes one chapter in what America has been conditioned to accept as a global threat. Now a new chapter will follow. Perhaps that chapter is already well underway with a covert psychological warfare program using the US media and key scientists. Advanced space based weapons have been covertly developed and deployed. The groundwork has been laid for contriving extraterrestrials as a threat like no other. This would enable the funding and development of advanced space based weapons, super solider programs and other exotic technological operations to move from the black covert world of little known military corporate programs, into the white world of congressionally mandated appropriations through the Department of Defense. All that remains is for an announcement by President Obama that extraterrestrial life is real, and they form a new type of global threat.
