“Paul passed away peacefully last evening August 8 in his home at 6:31pm. Our family was by his side while he was taking his last breaths, singing him a blessing. We are so grateful he was able to be here at home for his last days. We are especially grateful that he was able to celebrate his 98th birthday surrounded by his family.”
Hellyer’s grandson Josh Hellyer also shared a message of his grandfather’s passing on Twitter writing, “Very sad to share that my Grandfather Paul Hellyer died yesterday, August 8, 2021, at the age of 98. He was a giant personality and a huge presence in our lives. He lived a long and interesting life and will be deeply missed. Rest in peace Grandpa.”
Viggiani writes that “as Minister of Defence, (Hellyer) oversaw the drastic and controversial integration and unification of the Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, and the Royal Canadian Air Force into a single organization, the Canadian Forces.”

• On a hilltop known as Khao Kala, in a mountainous forest reserve in the central Thailand near the city of Nakhon Sawan, large groups of people who climb up to a large Buddha statue that sits atop the hill (pictured above) have reported seeing UFOs hovering over the hilltop. Khao Kala is three hours by rail north of Bangkok. The pilgrims who regularly gather there claim that the UFOs are extraterrestrials from the former planet Pluto sending them telepathic messages. The ETs are said to be thin beings with silver looking skin. They travel in spaceships through a wormhole that ends just above the Buddha statue where craft are seen spontaneously appearing and disappearing.
• The Plutonians telepathically warn of environmental disaster and/or a nuclear war if humanity does not get its affairs in order. The ETs are worried that a disaster on the Earth could impact Pluto as well. They also want to help Earth survivors rebuild human civilization in the event of a massive extermination. In 2019, the gatherings at the top of Khao Kala had become so large that the government petitioned the courts to ban mass gatherings in the area and tried to prevent multiple groups from going there. Many UFO enthusiasts who gathered in the area were confronted by police and forestry officials.
• The gatherings at the Buddha statue at Khao Kala began in 1997 when retired Sergeant-Major Cherd Chunsamnaun was at his home, deep in Buddhist meditation, when he received mental messages from the Plutonian extraterrestrials. Cherd’s daughter Wassana scoffed at him and told him to “tell the aliens to show themselves”. The next day, the daughter watched as her brother and brother-in-law “were yanked up from the living room sofa and spun simultaneously, like whirling dervishes, out of the house and into the yard.”
• When Wassana saw her brother and brother-in-law spinning like tops in the front yard, she called her sister, nurse Somjit. When Somjit arrived home, her husband Charoen Raepeth told her that he had lost control of his body and spun out to the front yard of the house where he was shocked to see a UFO in the sky above. “I saw a big, round flying object with a bright orange light in the center and many other smaller lights spinning around it,” said Charoen. The sisters looked each other and said, “It is real.” They both quit their nursing jobs to champion the extraterrestrials as their father continued to receive telepathic messages over the years. “Before my father died (in 2000), he taught us how to communicate with the aliens,” said Wassana. Today, she says more than 100 other Thais have developed the ability communicate with the ETs as well.
• In the 1950s, Dr. George King founded the Aetherius Society after receiving telepathic messages from an extraterrestrial. According to King, the ETs were also very concerned about humanity’s use, testing and manufacturing of nuclear weapons, and the direction in which humanity on Earth was heading. USAF Colonel Ross Dedrickson, who also worked extensively with the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, said that he learned “about incidents involving nuclear weapons.” Apparently, in the late 1970s and early 80s, the U.S. military “attempted to put a nuclear weapon on the Moon and explode it for scientific measurements and other things, which was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials,” said Dedrickson. “They destroyed the weapon before it got to the Moon….And that is their major concern, to preserve the integrity of the Earth, because it (also) affects their own system….The idea of an explosion in space by any Earth government was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials and that has been demonstrated over and over.”
• In 1977, a British news broadcast was supposedly overtaken over by an extraterrestrial called Vrillon. The message was a warning to the people of Earth to change our ways before we destroy the planet. And in 1994, more than 60 children at a school in Zimbabwe telepathically received the same messages of imminent annihilation of the planet if we do not change our destructive ways. We have seen legitimate coverage on the topic from mainstream media organizations like the New York Times and CNN for example, coverage that hints to the idea that these objects do not originate on Earth or from our civilization. We will probably get nothing but a heavily sanitized version of the ‘truth,’ if anything and an attempt to control our perception of the phenomenon, but that’s just my opinion. Those who gather there and have been gathering claim that these objects are piloted by extraterrestrials, and that they receive telepathic messages that are quite similar to the messages and teachings that come from Buddhism. To someone who hasn’t studied the lore of extraterrestrial phenomenon this may seem funny and ridiculous, but supposed telepathic communication with extraterrestrial beings is quite commonplace among those who claim to have had such experiences. In many cases the “teachings” and messages supposedly received also seem to corroborate to many other encounters from around the globe. The corroboration among experiencers is actually quite eye-opening and vast. There are thousands of experiences that corroborate with each other in several fascinating ways.
Another common corroboration seems to be the idea that we as a human race are on the brink of destroying our planet, and in doing so we may also affect beings that live on other worlds around us. These particular beings in Thailand have warned of environmental disaster and the threat of World War 3 as well if humanity does not get its affairs in order. This is interesting, Dr. George King who founded the Aetherius Society after, according to him, receiving telepathic messages from an extraterrestrial. The messages given through Dr. King from the 1950’s onward corroborate with UFO activity disclosed today, in 2021, and the messages that come from these people in Thailand.
What I find intriguing about Dr. Kings transmissions is the fact that the information he was relaying to the public in the 1950s correlates with a lot of information we now know about the phenomenon today, in 2021. For example, he stated that they were highly concerned about humanity’s use, testing and manufacturing of nuclear weapons. Fast forward today and we have a lot of information about the phenomenon which suggests this.

• Former Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer claimed that the protocol when military jets were scrambled to intercept a UFO was to “shoot first and ask questions after.” Last year, Pentagon UFO program astrophysicist Eric W. Davis confirmed retrievals of “off-world vehicles not made on this Earth.” Apollo 13 astronaut Edgar Mitchell once told the world: “Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered.”
• Numerous stories suggest that multiple governments have been successful in bringing down UFO craft in an attempt to find out more about them and reverse engineer them ever since the 1941 Cape Girardeau UFO crash and the two Roswell UFO crashes in 1947. Former Air Force officer and US Atomic Energy commissioner Colonel Ross Dedrickson blamed the Roswell crashes on the disruption in the magnetic field caused by the detonation of nuclear weapons in the region, crippling the UFO craft’s navigation system.
• The most viewed document in the public FBI archive is an account of an Air Force investigator written by FBI agent Guy Hottel to FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. According to Hottel, the Air Force investigator claimed that three flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico (two near Roswell in 1947, one near Aztec in 1948). They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots. According to the informant, the saucers crashed in New Mexico due to high-powered military radar in the area interfering with the controlling mechanisms of the saucers. Of course, others have subsequently claimed that the story was a hoax.
• The FBI document is from the 1950s, a time when UFOs were popular within the mainstream due to an explosion of UFO sightings after the US dropped the atomic bomb. Even President Truman stated that the subject of UFOs is brought up at “every conference that they’ve had with the military.” “[T]here’s always things like that going on, flying saucers,” said Truman, “and they’ve had other things you know.” This was also around the time in 1952 when a formation of UFOs flew over Washington DC unimpeded.
• If all of this was going on 70 years ago, what has been happening today? Not a lot. People have lost trust in the government to tell us the truth. Big media is being exposed as complicit in the mind-control of the public’s perception of events and issues. People are recognizing the illicit connections among intelligence agencies, government and big corporations.

Davis, a renowned astrophysicist who worked with the Pentagon UFO program stated that he gave a classified briefing to a Defense Department Agency, as recently as March 2020 about retrievals from “off-world vehicles not made on this Earth.” Christopher Mellon, a former Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002 has confirmed that he was present during this testimony. He himself has been quite outspoken about the phenomenon over the past few years. Dr. David Clarke, an investigative journalist, reader and lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University who was also the curator for The National Archives UFO Project from 2008–2013, came across some interesting documents suggesting that the UK was desperate to capture UFO technology. The thought of attempting show aggressive actions against objects that show no aggression themselves is concerning to me. This activity on our part (humans) comes when the behaviour of these objects are not indicative of any type of threat. They often perform evasive maneuvers to avoid our aircraft and the majority of the time, there is no type of retaliation observed. This makes one question our own behaviour and the way our governments have responded to the UFO phenomenon, it’s not something to be proud of in my opinion.

• Every year, thousands of stories of alien abduction or interstellar communication emerge from people around the world. Just about all of them are dismissed by the scientific community outright for lack of evidence. While most stories of alien abduction emerge from those who are either mentally ill or desirous of attention, occasionally someone with political clout makes such claims — as did the former head of an Israeli space agency, Haim Eshed, last week when he told the Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot that extraterrestrials from a “Galactic Federation” have been in contact with human beings but do not want the public to know as they feel our species is not ready yet, according to NBC News.
• Eshed also claimed that President Trump had planned on revealing the extraterrestrials’ existence but was asked to not do so in order to prevent “mass hysteria”; that there is an “underground base in the depths of Mars” where American astronauts and extraterrestrials interact; that the US government signed a contract with aliens allowing them to do experiments here; and that the extraterrestrials are seeking to learn about “the fabric of the universe.”
• Astronomers and physicists are so accustomed to outrageous claims of extraterrestrial sightings that the phrase “it’s never aliens” has become a motto. Carl Sagan famously quipped, “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence”. Scientists still apply his lesson to claims of alien sightings. Recent fast-moving objects observed by the US Defense Department, for instance, went viral over public speculation that they might be alien craft. Yet human engineers are perfectly capable of producing such fast-moving drone craft right here on Earth. Occam’s Razor suggests a human origin is far more likely.
• But what about when someone with political power, influence and credibility makes such obviously bogus claims? Someone like Eshed, or astronaut Edgar Mitchell, or former Canadian defense minister Paul Hellyer?
• “Without further information, it is impossible to know what psychological factors might underlie these claims from Haim Eshed,” says Christopher C. French, a British psychologist who specializes in the psychology behind people claiming to believe in or have experienced the paranormal. The connection between mental illness and claims of alien abduction is common enough that there are entire psychology studies devoted to the subject. French noted that Eshed could be telling the truth, although “given the outlandish nature of his claims and the lack of any direct evidence to support them” French agreed it was “extremely unlikely.”
• A more likely possibility is that Eshed genuinely believes what he is saying, despite it being false. “Has he seen any actual evidence or is he basing his claims on reports from others?” asks French. “If the former, is the evidence convincing? If the latter, are these others credible? What are they basing their claims upon? Is it possible that Eshed is delusional? This is certainly a possibility.”
• Finally, it is possible that Eshed and his ilk are deliberately lying? He is promoting a book about UFOs so he has a financial incentive to lie. “He will no doubt become the latest ‘darling’ of the UFO community and be invited to address UFO conferences, not to mention appearances on talk shows, and so on,” says French. “Maybe it’s all a practical joke and he is laughing all the way to the bank?”
• “Mr. Eshed’s background as a space security official serves as a reminder that outlandish views are not limited to uneducated people,” says Glenn C. Altschuler, a historian at Cornell University. “We know …that when presented with evidence that seems to debunk their beliefs or conspiracy theories they often hug them ever more tightly, exhibiting what psychologists call ‘cognitive dissonance’. …[I]t is important to understand that many people fervently believe that what they are saying is true. They may interpret attention as validation. If they are telling a story for material gain, of course, all bets are off.”
• “The problem here is that these claims will fuel conspiracy beliefs of all kinds,” says French. “After all, if the US government are lying about this, what else are they lying about? Maybe the COVID vaccination program really is just a cover to inject us all with microchips to control our minds? This way lies collective madness — and thousands more unnecessary deaths.” “If Eshed has any solid proof to support his claims, he should tell the world what it is. Until he does so, we should feel no more obliged to believe him than we would any other conspiracy theorist.”
• [Editor’s Note] This article’s writers, and the “experts” whom they cite, outrageously use mental illness to explain the hundreds of thousands of people who’ve reported UFO sightings and extraterrestrial encounters. However, they themselves are in the exact mental state that they project upon believers – a cognitive dissonance that clings to the circular logic that ‘extraterrestrial UFOs are not real because they don’t exist’. They will focus on a current ET or UFO report and completely ignore centuries of supporting evidence.
These professional debunkers love to quote Carl Sagan’s “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” line, but refuse to look at the extraordinary evidence that has been out there for decades. It is very likely that these UFO/ET deniers are doing the bidding of their deep state financiers, just as Carl Sagan did as it turns out. Astronomers and physicists are so accustomed to outrageous claims of extraterrestrial sightings that the phrase “it’s never aliens” has become a motto of sorts, repeated in Twitter memes and college course titles. “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence,” popular astronomer and science educator Carl Sagan famously quipped. Sagan was fond of pointing out that skepticism formed the crux of the scientific method, and scientists still apply his lesson to claims of alien sightings. Recent fast-moving objects observed by the US Defense Department, for instance, went viral over public speculation that they might be alien craft; yet human engineers are perfectly capable of producing such fast-moving drone craft right here on Earth. Occam’s Razor suggests a human origin is far more likely.
Hence, an attention-hungry loner or a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic person reporting alien sightings is common enough as to not be newsworthy. That is because the public does not expect this type of person to be credible, and such people generally don’t provide evidence that would make their claims so.

“Without further information, it is impossible to know what psychological factors might underlie these claims from Haim Eshed,” Christopher C. French, a British psychologist who specializes in the psychology behind people claiming to believe in or have experienced the paranormal, wrote to Salon.
Notably, there are psychological disorders that commonly lead to their sufferers believing that they are under the influence of aliens. The connection between mental illness and claims of alien abduction is common enough that there are entire psychology studies devoted to the subject. A 1983 paper published in The Canadian Journal of Psychiatry, titled “Psychoses and unidentified objects,” studied six subjects who claimed to have communicated with aliens who had given them missions to protect humanity. The study’s two co-authors concluded that “five of them suffered from a paranoid delusional state often akin to paraphrenia,” a mental condition characterized by paranoid delusions and hallucinations.
French speculated as to the possible psychological explanations for Eshed’s claims, explanations that apply to other prominent alien-seers like Hellyer and Mitchell. French noted that he could be telling the truth, although “given the outlandish nature of his claims and the lack of any direct evidence to support them” French agreed it was “extremely unlikely.”

• It’s no secret that UFOs have been a topic of concern, as academic publications, radar trackings, and millions of pages of documents have been released from multiple governments detailing numerous encounters with these objects. There are innumerable photos and even authenticated Navy videos of UFOs. Even NASA astronauts have confirmed that UFOs exist. UFOs are no longer taboo within the mainstream, but the idea that some of them are extraterrestrial still seems to be a touchy subject.
• Richard Doty is a retired Air Force Special Investigations Officer. Decades ago, his job was to infiltrate UFO circles and feed ufologists and journalists lies and half-truths so that they would never understand the real truth. In an interview that Dr. Steven Greer conducted with Doty (see 1:34:46 minute video below), Doty reveals four different extraterrestrial species that have visited this planet which the US government is aware of.
• Says Doty: “There were four types of crafts that they showed us, four types of extraterrestrials, and they never explained to us where they got the pictures of these extraterrestrials but there were actually pictures of these weird looking creatures that showed on the film that were extraterrestrials from some other location different from where the Ebens came from.”
• Doty continues: “One (extraterrestrial) was looking like an insect, had huge eyes, very large head, a small body. They had two different appendages on their arms, they had basically two hands on each arm. They had several joints in their legs, and they had a bubble-type appendage in the front and a lump or something in the back, that was one of them. They were about the size of an average human.”
• “The second one was a very tall thing, very very thin humanoid that had long arms. Arms reached down probably to its knees, they had regular hands. Their faces were very very thin. They were almost human looking, unless you really really study them and got real close to them. They didn’t have any hair, they had cat like eyes.”
• “And then there was a third creature… It looked something like the Eben but it was bigger, it had a bigger body. I found out later in a briefing that I had, in 1995, that that was a genetically engineered creature that the Ebens made… They knew it was genetically engineered, and I don’t know how, they didn’t ever tell us how.” [Note: Eben is an acronym for ‘extraterrestrial biological entity’, for a species that comes from the planet Serpo, had visited the Earth in the 40’s and 50’s, and participated in a cultural exchange with a dozen American humans going to Serpo in the 60’s and returning in the 70’s.]
• Doty describes the Ebens as “about four feet tall” and that they “didn’t appear to have any ears. “They had an indentation for the nose. They had very big eyes. They had a very tight fitting suit, almost looked like they were nude, but they actually had a very thin but tight fitting suit on. No thumbs just four fingers, suction devices on their tips of their fingers. One of them had a head apparatus on it, maybe a helmet or some kind of an ear phone, or some type of device that they were communicating with the craft or with something else, and they found a number of different objects in the craft. They had a piece of what they thought was plexiglass that they kept for years before they figured out it was an energy device for the craft.”
• Jack Kasher, Ph.D, a professor emeritus of physics at the University of Nebraska, once said “there is another way (to travel through space), whether it’s wormholes or warping space. There’s got to be a way to generate energy so that you can pull it out of the vacuum, and the fact that [extraterrestrials are] here shows us that they found a way.” Doty explains that multiple craft have been shown to use zero-point energy – meaning they’ve found a way to extract energy from the vacuum of space.
• Paul Hellyer, the Canadian Minister of National Defense during the 1960s, confirms that he is aware that “At least four known alien species have been visiting Earth for thousands of years.” According to Hellyer, the extraterrestrials “… have different agendas… Nearly all are benign and benevolent. They want to help us. [But] there may be one or two species which do not. … They come from various places. … There are some in our star system. There are actually extraterrestrials who live on… one of the moons of Saturn. There are others on Venus, and some on Mars. And they may be interacting between themselves… because there is what is called a federation of these people.”
Richard Doty is a retired Air Force Special investigations officer (AFSIO), and his job was to spread disinformation about the UFO subject during his time with the Air Force. Spreading disinformation about the reality of UFOs is no secret, and in Doty’s case, he admitted to infiltrating UFO circles along with his colleagues to feed ufologists and journalists lies and half truths so that they would never understand any real truth. This is something I believe is still occurring within the UFO community–multiple disinformation campaigns that are now perhaps more sophisticated as well as a number of frauds who are sharing their ‘experiences’ when they’ve really had done. In fact, it was decades ago when the very first Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, Roscoe Hillenkoetter, stated to The New York Times: “It is time for the truth to be brought out in open Congressional hearings. Behind the scenes, high ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. But through official secrecy and ridicule, citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense. To hide the facts, the Air Force has silenced its personnel.”

On top of all of this, the simple fact that many people have had their own experiences has also sparked interest in the subject. • The US government takes in an astronomical amount of money in taxes, and they’ve convince the American public that there really is no other way of doing things. What the government is hiding is that trillions upon trillions of our tax dollars are actually going towards projects that the public has absolutely no idea about, known as ‘black budget programs’.
• Black budget programs include Special Access Programs (SAPs). Within these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.” The Washington Post revealed that the “black-budget” documents indicate that a staggering 52.6 billion dollars was set aside for operations in fiscal year 2013.
• A 2010 investigation by Washington Post journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin concluded that America’s classified world has: “Become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work.”
• The most recent investigation was conducted by economist and Michigan State professor Mark Skidmore, alongside some of his graduate students as well as Catherine Austin Fitts, former assistant secretary of Housing and Urban Development. They discovered trillions of unaccounted for dollars missing from the Department of Housing & Urban Development as well as the Department of Defense. Much of the time they received no response from government agencies, and the Office of the Inspector General even disabled links to all key documents that revealed unsupported spending. Said Skidmore, “Given the Army’s $122 billion budget, that meant unsupported adjustments were 54 times spending authorized by Congress. Typically, such adjustments in public budgets are only a small fraction of authorized spending… Skidmore thought Fitts had made a mistake. “Maybe she meant $6.5 billion and not $6.5 trillion,” he said. “So I found the report myself and sure enough it was $6.5 trillion.” The Michigan State study found documents indicating a total of $20 trillion worth of undocumented adjustments made from 1998 to 2015.
• Our tax dollars are going directly into these black budget programs, which often cost far more than our roads and services. Says Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Minister of National Defence: “It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects which both congress and the commander in chief know nothing about.”
• Fitts has been quite outspoken about a secret space program and where this missing money is actually going. She explains how enormous amounts of resources were handed over to covert operations to create the CIA, a security system of finance, and a select group of people in charge of UFO technology. Said Fitts, “By the time JFK came into office ready to challenge this shadow government and make space program the centerpiece of his administration, the civil war between the Deep State and the public state was in full force.”
It’s amazing how much money is scraped off of each pay cheque, and how much money multiple small and big businesses pay. We are told that it’s necessary, that this is the money going towards various programs that are responsible for building our schools, employing people for necessary services and infrastructure, among many other things. It’s truly amazing how much money governments rake in from taxes.

• In 1941, Reverend William Huffman of Cape Girardeau, Missouri was called by the local sheriff to come and assist in delivering some sort of last rights at a plane crash. When Huffman arrived at the scene, he realized that it was not a plane but rather a classic silver flying saucer. There were multiple dead bodies on the scene, which appeared to be extraterrestrial.
• UFO researcher Leonard Stringfield, who heavily researched this case, says that near the scene of the saucer crash were laid ‘three bodies, not human’. It was hard to tell if these ET’s were wearing clothes, but they were covered head to foot in what looked like wrinkled aluminum foil. They were small framed, about 4 feet tall, but had larger heads and longer arms. They had no hair. Their faces had ‘large, oval-shaped eyes, no noses, no ears, just holes and no lips, just small slits for mouths’.
• Huffman was told by one of the military officers at the scene not to tell anyone what he had witnessed for security reasons. Nevertheless, Huffman told his wife, Floy, and their two sons what he had seen when he returned home from the crash site but never spoke of it again.
• “Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after.” – Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Defence Minister
• As time goes on, more truths will continue to be revealed. This (UFO) topic and the disclosure of it leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. It will and is changing everything with regards to how we view the planet, and how we view ourselves.
Roswell, New Mexico is known for the famous alleged ‘crash’ that happened there in 1947. But if you’re not a UFO researcher, you probably wouldn’t know that alleged crashes of unidentified objects with alien bodies found inside of them have occurred dozens of times, not just at Roswell. Why Roswell became the focus of attention for this type of phenomenon, who knows, but perhaps it was the big media hype surrounding the crashed craft at that site with bodies recovered.

The idea that alien bodies were recovered as well as a crashed craft not only came from media outlets at that time, but from what are considered to be very credible sources within the military like Colonel Philip Corso, author of the book The Day After Roswell, and Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon during Apollo 14.

Not only do we have credible witness testimonies for this type of thing, but we have an abundance of declassified documentation and current modern day mainstream disclosure of ‘UFO technology’ as well. For example, Steve Justice, the recently retired Director of Advanced Systems at Lockheed Skunkworks, who signed on board with the modern day mainstream UFO disclosure initiative To The Stars Academy, has stated publicly that it would be an understatement to call the technologies he’s been around, worked with, and seen, “revolutionary.” It states that right on their website.
He also stated, while discussing the concept for the craft that To The Stars plans to build, the following: “This is a concept for an international point-to-point transportation craft that will erase the current travel limits of distance and time. It mimics the capabilities observed in unidentified aerial phenomenon by employing a driver system that alters space-time metric. We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to ‘realize’ the capability.”
What he is saying here is that we have these technologies. The quote “harvest them from the Science Division” gives that away.
This gives credibility to the statements made by one of his predecessors, Ben Rich, who was the second director of Lockheed Skunkwork’s from 1975-1991. He’s been called the Father of Stealth, having overseen the development of the stealth fighter, the F-117A Nighthawk. With regards to UFO technology, he stated: “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do it.”
As far as documentation, the amount of electrooptical data and files indicating various military encounters with UFOs is outstanding. We also have evidence that governments are and were desperate to reverse engineer this technology, and given the above statements, they already have.
Dr. David Clarke is an investigative journalist, reader and lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University in England. He was also the curator for The National Archives UFO project from 2008-2013, and regularly comments in national and international media on UFOs. He uncovered documents showing how the Royal Air Force expressed great interest in finding UFOs to help come up with new and innovative ways to overcome their enemies during the Cold War. “Even though they have been partly censored they can’t conceal the fact the UK military were interested in capturing UFO technology or what they coyly refer to as ‘novel weapon technology’… And the files reveal they were desperate to capture this technology – wherever it came from – before the Russians or the Chinese got hold of it first… Although this was 1997, Russia was still regarded as an undefeated enemy with a weapons programme regarded as a threat to the West.”
This type of lore dates back to the 1950’s. Here’s an interesting piece found within the CIA’s electronic reading room: “A German newspaper recently published an interview with George Klein, famous German engineer and aircraft expert, describing the experimental construction of ‘flying saucers’ carried out by him from 1941 to 1945.”

• Former Canadian Defense minister Paul Hellyer has been a long-time advocate to make all UFO files public. Recently declassified documents reveal the Canadian government has long been documenting sightings.
• Catherine Austin Fitts, former assistant secretary at U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, has run several articles indicating that the over $21 trillion missing from the military budget has been finally pinned down to black project technology. President Donald Trump has indicated his intention to disclose decades of hidden advanced technology which rightfully belongs to the people.
The term ‘fake news’ has been a meme for the last couple of years but the recent coverage of UFOs by the New York Times, CNN and Fox News are indeed the real deal.
Despite secrecy and reluctance to discuss the subject by government officials, there’s a lot of good, readily available public information to get any enthusiast educated.
While the definition of UFO is Unidentified Flying Object, it is not necessarily associated with aliens or extra-terrestrial objects.

• If you told somebody ten years ago that there existed some sort of secret group or “secret government” pulling the strings behind the scenes of government policy, international law, various global rules/regulations, and more, they would have called you a “conspiracy theorist.” Today things have changed, largely as a result of information leaked by Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, and various other whistleblowers and activists in recent years. Their bravery has shed light on the world of secrecy that’s been blinding the masses since its inception. Here are some historic political leaders who have attempted to reveal the existence of a secret ‘shadow government’ to the people.
• Paul Hellyer – In September 2005, former Canadian Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer, became the first person of cabinet rank in the G8 group of countries to state unequivocally that “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead.” Hellyer also pointed out that while the U.S. was waging monstrously expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, thousands of billions of dollars were spent on projects about which both the Congress and the President have been kept deliberately in the dark.
• Woodrow Wilson – The 28th president of the United States, Woodrow Wilson once stated, “Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.
• John F. Kennedy – The 35th President of the United States, JFK warned that “there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. …[W]e are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. • John C. Calhoun – The 7th Vice President of the United States, from 1825-1832, John C. Calhoun said, “A power has risen up in the government greater than the people themselves, consisting of many, and various, and powerful interests, combined into one mass, and held together by the cohesive power of the vast surplus in the banks.”
• John F. Hylan – John Hylan, the Mayor of New York City from 1918-1925, said “The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation … The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties … [and] control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country.
• William Jenner – In 1954, US Senator William Jenner said to Congress, “We have a well-organized political-action group in this country, determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a one-party state … It operates secretly, silently, continuously to transform our Government … This ruthless power-seeking elite is a disease of our century… This group … is answerable neither to the President, the Congress, nor the courts. It is practically irremovable.
• Daniel K. Inouye – The highest ranking Asian-American politician in US history, serving from 1963 until his death in 2012, Senator Daniel Inouye stated, “There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.”
• Dwight D. Eisenhower – In his farewell address to the nation, the 34th President Dwight Eisenhower offered these words of caution, “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. … Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defence with our peaceful message and goals.

If you told somebody 10 years ago that there existed some sort of secret group or “secret government” pulling the strings behind the scenes of government policy, international law, various global rules/regulations, and more, they would have called you a “conspiracy theorist.” Today things have changed, largely as a result of information leaked by Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, and various other whistleblowers and activists in recent years. Their bravery has shed light on the world of secrecy that’s been blinding the masses since its inception.
I’ve mentioned this before, and I’ll mention it again, did you know that the U.S. Government classifies more than 500 million pages of documents each year? Did you know that the United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret? For example, the National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, but its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, it was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years. Then we have the entire black budget world, a world dominated by secrecy that was officially revealed by Edward Snowden a couple of years ago. This deals with what are known as “Special Access Programs.”
It’s not just statements that these “high-level” people are making. It’s all of the proof and evidence that goes along with it.
Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer
Former Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer, is one of Canada’s best known and most controversial politicians. He was first elected in 1949, and was the youngest cabinet minister appointed to Louis S. St. Laurent’s government eight years later. He held senior posts in the governments of Lester B. Pearson and Pierre E. Trudeau. He achieved the rank of senior master (Deputy Prime Minister), and went on to become the Canadian Defence Minister. He is best known for the unification of the Canadian Armed Forces, and in September 2005 he became the first person of cabinet rank in the G8 group of countries to state unequivocally that “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead.”

Ancient cave paintings
This is probably the most intriguing proof which makes us believe that aliens have visited earth. Many ancient cave paintings discovered in the United States, Mexico, Egypt, and India have showcased alien-like beings. Conspiracy theorists all around the world strongly believe that aliens have been visiting earth for thousands of years, and their depiction is shown in these cave paintings.
One of the most popular depictions of aliens in cave paintings is the one which was discovered near Christina Lake in British Columbia, Canada. This painting features a flying saucer with large wings hovering above four human beings.
Another cave painting which was discovered in Wyoming too had alien-like figures in it, and interestingly, it was drawn before 10,000 years.
So, what made these ancient human beings draw pictures like this? Were they in contact with aliens, or is this all imagination of human mind? The answers to these questions still remain a mystery.
Marvelous structures built in the past
Planet earth is home to some spectacular structures, and some of the ancient ones seem to defy the technological capabilities of their time. This has compelled many people to think that these ancient structures were built by aliens and not humans.

There is nothing wrong in trusting the words of eminent personalities like Paul Hellyer, the former Canadian Minister of National Defence. Recently, Hellyer revealed that aliens have been visiting earth for thousands of years. The former cabinet minister also sensationally claimed that the US Air Force has been using advanced scientific technologies mastered from aliens since 1960.
Hellyer added that aliens who came from outer space are more advanced than us in agriculture and medicine, and co-operating with them will help us to build a better world.

• In 1964, Ufologist Bob Dean (pictured above) was a soldier in the U.S. Army. One day as he was working in the ‘war room’, an Air Force Colonel gave Dean a classified document from the vault containing a report stating that there were at least four different non-terrestrial groups that had been closely watching humans on Earth for hundreds if not thousands of years. The report concluded that the non-terrestrials did not appear to be a threat because if they were hostile toward us, there was absolutely nothing we could do and it would have been over a long time ago. Although there is no definitive way to prove to the ‘mainstream’ world that ET is real, we now have hundreds of thousands of documents from multiple countries putting to rest the question “Do UFOs exist?” We know they do from these documents, which show objects are tracked on radar, spotted by the pilots sent to intercept, and in some cases, simultaneously tracked on ground radar.

• Paul Hellyer, 93, a former Canadian Minister of Defence and longest serving current member of the country’s Privy Council, claims that in the 1940’s the United States government recovered an alien spacecraft and has kept the remains stored away from public view. • Charles Hall has written about his encounters with “tall white” aliens at a Nevada military base when he served in the U.S. Air Force. Hall claims that back in the 1960s, the Air Force exchanged technology with the “tall whites”, a blonde-haired human-like race of aliens. Hall told Hellyer that they had a hangar for a “mother ship that came into the side of a mountain on the nights of the full moon”.
• Says Hellyer, “If the U.S. was that far advanced in the exchange of technology [by] the 1960s where are they today?” “They’ve been working on technology that they got from the aliens and not only that but the particle guns based on the work of Tesla and others.” “I do believe they have developed two or three kinds of weapons that are capable of disabling and bringing down UFOs.”
A former minister of defence has sensationally claimed the remains of recovered alien technology are being secretly stored away from public view and claims the US has weapons to bring down UFOs. Mr Hellyer, who was a minister in the 1960s, believes top secret departments have been harvesting technology from the advanced lifeforms to develop hi-tech weaponry and aircraft, Dailystar.co.uk reports
In a recent Lazarus Effect YouTube podcast he claimed some of this groundbreaking knowledge had “most certainly” been shared with the UK.

• Said Mr Hellyer,“…At least a decade ago that the United States, in cooperation with the visitors from other planets, have developed [an] exotic form of energy that would allow us to change over… to green energy. But nothing has been done about it. And you got a small cabal… that managed to keep this technology under wraps until they can cash in… [their] oil assets.” In other words, a small group of people have withheld crucial green technologies in order to maximize their profits from their fossil fuel assets – oil, petroleum, and natural gas.
• Mr Hellyer says that this suppressed new technology was created ten years ago through a collaboration between the United States and extraterrestrials.
• Hellyer reveals that a “small cabal” is literally running our world the way they want. This cabal of elite humans is also known as the Illuminati. Mr Hellyer believes that people can and should resist this group, by joining together to bring the dark actions of this Illuminati cabal into the public consciousness. “It’s not going to change until literally hundreds of thousands of people… band together and say, “you’ve got to come clean,… change your priorities to save the world for further generations,” said Hellyer.

ALIENS have been visiting Earth for thousands of years and nearly caused chaos at the height of the Cold War, a former defence minister has sensationally claimed.
The ex-minister of National Defence for Canada said at least four species of aliens have been visiting Earth for decades and claimed top authorities are constantly in discussions with extraterrestrial beings.
Paul Hellyer, who was the Canadian Minister of National Defence in the 1960′s during the Cold War, claims to have inside information that top governments are in cahoots with aliens.
