This film is more about the interviewer, Joe Bilbow, than the interviewee, Neil Gould. Joe Bilbow is Neil Gould’s nephew who is challenged with ADHD and Asbergers Syndrome and under the care and support of the local council.

One-Day Introduction to Remote Viewing
The hotel conference table is littered with water bottles, paper, manuals, and packets of soft clay, pens, coffee cups, and workbooks. The 10 adult students, intent and engaged, are bent over sheets of templates and plain white paper, using black ink pens, and attempting to “see” a hidden picture target that has been identified only by a random alpha-numeric, a coordinate, 730ORQ.
The majority of the students have travelled over 7,500 miles from Hong Kong to attend the 2014 UFO USA Tour in Sedona, AZ. The week-long Contact in Sedona Tour has been organized by Director Neil Gould and Tour Master Jake Gould, in conjunction with the Exopolitics Institute, and runs from February 28th through March 4th, 2014. On the final day of the Tour, the team gathers in the hotel conference room for an accelerated introduction to the mind-skill of remote viewing. Basically, remote viewing is the trained ability to mentally describe distant locations and events using something other than the known five senses. Remote viewing has a 40 year history of research, development, and applications and now has training schools, researchers, and practitioners around the world.
The class begins each training session by identifying their name, location, date and time, on their paper – – because you have to know where you are before zooming off into the cosmos to locate another time and place! In this case, the random coordinate is the “address” of a specific event at a specific location at a specific time that the students are asked to identify.
The students have already been through remote viewing exercises that morning, learning to identify colors, shapes, and form; they have mentally tracked a member of the class out-and-about in Sedona; and receiving just a geographic coordinate, latitude and longitude, used this cue to remote view a specific location and event in the past. Now they come to something a bit more complex: they are given an “encrypted coordinate” of a hidden location and an event that they are asked to identify and model.
Cheuk Fei straightaway starts getting logical things going through his mind: he writes that this must be a photo/image, a newspaper image, reporters, all actual images from the previous picture target, and he shuttles these off to the side of the paper as analytical overlay or AOL. Then he relaxes and lets his “inner vision” take over. He identifies a shape and begins to model it in clay: the shape is complex: convex and curved on one side and indented several times on the concave side. He doesn’t know what he is modeling, just whatever feels right. He takes only 5-10 mins to get his impressions, then write them down, and make his clay model.
Once all the students have completed their short session, they are given feedback: in this case the coordinate 730ORQ was linked to a hidden question: “What did Kenneth Arnold specifically see on June 24th, 1947 near Mount Rainier that he described as like ‘saucers skipping across the sky?’” What Kenneth Arnold sketched after his encounter were not “saucers” but 9 objects, like oddly-shaped boomerangs, traveling around 1,200 miles per hour.
There were other successes in the class, too. Using just an alpha-numeric coordinate and “stream of consciousness” remote viewing, students were able to identify other events, locations and individuals. Even an historic event that was described in a 16th century woodcut prompted correct images. At sunrise on April 14th, 1561, citizens of Nuremberg, Germany reported that “The sky appeared to fill with cylindrical objects, red, black, orange and white discs and globes emerged. Crosses and tubes resembling cannon barrels appeared whereupon the objects promptly began to fight one another.” The 16th century artist Han Glaser memorialized the event in a colorful woodcut. Students described the colors and shapes of the hidden picture target and Tour Leader Neil Gould actually described and drew cannon shapes in his session.
Where do we go from here, students were eager to read and learn more about remote viewing and were each given a copy of UK researcher Daz Smith’s book: CRV – Controlled Remote Viewing: Collected manuals and information to help you learn this informative art, as well as published articles on remote viewing applications. Another UFO USA Tour is planned for Roswell, NM in October, 2014 and I plan on returning to teach another Introduction to Remote Viewing course. Exo-Education: Hong Kong UFO USA Tour 2013

On 12th October 2013 a historic event took place in Exopolitical arena, a group of 20 Chinese UFO enthusiasts departed from Hong Kong and China en route to the USA under the tutelage of Neil Gould – Director of Exopolitics Institute, Cheuk Fei – HK media host MJ13, Jake Gould –Exo-filmmaker and Stan Ho – Exo Cert., for the exo-tour of a lifetime. The objectives were to engage in discussions with top exopolitical researchers, contactees and experience the paranormal at the infamous Bradshaw Ranch, UFO sightings and to take part in human initiated ET contact -CE5 (close encounters of the fifth kind), a program endorsed by the Exopolitics Institute Certification Program.
2 weeks before departure workshops were arranged in Hong Kong to train the participants in CE5 protocols and to prepare them in facing new and altered realities. The CE5 was performed inside an office on the 14th floor in Cheuk Fei’s WebTV studio downtown Hong Kong. Stan Ho had provided reading material beforehand. He then prepared a series of lectures to the group, which included, Contact, 6th man on the moon Dr Edgar Mitchell’s work on the Quantum Hologram and historic aspects of Exopolitics including a document on Einstein and Oppenheimer. Stan Ho holds an Exopolitics Certificate; he is working towards his Exopolitics Diploma. Neil and Jake led the CE5 and within seconds each of the radars went off individually, indicating an ETV lock-on. After the group meditation was over half the participant were dizzy and several reported vivid dreams.

Upon arrival in the USA the first visit was to Janet airlines, then to Bob Bigalow’s aerospace complex, then finally ending up at Area 51. The secret airline ferrying staff to and from Area 51, the Alien insignia on Bungalow’s rooftop; the shocking discovery that a shadow group was in control of a facility where should one cross the line, the use of deadly force is authorized; these issues stunned the Chinese group. Many simply became angry, some were deeply upset as they were forced to reevaluate their worldview. They now understood the structures and constructs that allowed the CIA to operate at Groom Lake; under the cover of “Indian Territory” to facilitate secrecy and its quasi legality.

The following day the destination was Sedona; almost immediately as the coach left the luxurious Luxor Hotel in Vegas, silver daylight disks followed the bus the whole 3 hour journey, hovering both sides of the bus at perhaps a few thousand feet altitude; the group taking as many pictures as the “visitors” would allow. Upon arrival at the Enchantment Resort the group pondered the many rumors surrounding this controversial resort then headed for a group initiation and welcoming by the Sky-People through a local Shaman; his dancing and clapping rituals were physically exhausting leaving most of the group out of breath.

Up early in the morning the group headed for Sedona’s “Energy Vortices” and “Portals”, taking the opportunity to meditate and climb to the highest possible point hoping to adjust their minds in preparation for the CE5 that evening. Just before sunset the convoy of Jeeps led by Cheuk Fei headed for a clearing to set up for human initiated contact. Kim Carlsberg and Jake Gould set up the boom box to broadcast the “Call Tones” and the TV monitor and over the next few hours over 50 craft flew high up overhead; some craft were quite low facilitating good video opportunities. The following night the second CE5 produced 17 further sightings and a transdimensional manifestation on the ground less than 20 meters from a small group. As the dome shape object twinkled on the ground it attracted Kim Carlsberg to walk over followed by Andrew French, a student at the Exopolitics Institute Certification Program. The outline of a life form leaving the ship was clearly visible to those standing nearby.

Stan Ho Captures on Film a Grey Manifesting through Syncronicity at the Bradshaw Ranch
Tom Dongo, Sedona’s veteran UFO and paranormal researcher held the group spellbound with accounts of anomalous events around Sedona and on the Bradshaw Ranch. This prompted a visit by the group to the Bradshaw Ranch; interdimensional beings were photographed and videoed walking in front of Neil Gould; Stan Ho caught the beings in photographs as synchronicities pulled at the fields of consciousness drawing out the ET faces from the local scrub. The group caught orbs, lights and faces that formed from a smoky etheric substance. All these events were topped when Kim Carlsberg appealed to the beings to give a sign that they were truly there; the group’s attention was transfixed on the windmill, which was stationary. At the end of Kim’s plea, the windmill began to turn without any evidence of wind. These phenomenon’s will be available in the video release of this Exo-tour.

An encounter with Travis Walton shed tears amongst the Group; a painful account of his life and the years of having to come to terms with being accidentally hit by an energy beam from an ET craft. Travis spent the afternoon with the Group and brought them to the actual site of his abduction.

There was one last stop before returning to Hong Kong and China; Phoenix, home of Dr Lynne Kitei who gave a superb presentation on the Phoenix lights. This was followed by a huge surprise for Stan Ho and Andrew French, both are students of Paola Harris a well known researcher, instructor and Director at the Exopolitics Institute Certification Program; in walked Paola, unannounced, hugging her students, their jaws dropping to the ground, they were blown away, a surprise prepared in secret by the hosts.

Galactic Diplomacy: Interview with a Nordic
A discussion between Neil Gould, Director of the Exopolitics Institute and Cheuk Fei, host of MJ13, Hong Kong’s Exo Media Platform including analysis of a document containing a channeled interview between a Nordic ET and human. Sgt. Clifford Stone Interview by Ed Komarek

In this film Ed Komarek interviews Sgt. Clifford Stone who participated in UFO crash retrievals within a covert group in the military. Sgt. Stone describes how he was recruited into this secret group [without the knowledge of his superior officers] and “tells all†about his personal encounters with ETs since childhood and his ET encounters whilst in the military.
“I was involved in situations where we actually did recoveries of crashed saucers. There were bodies that were involved with some of these crashes. Also some of these were alive,” he said. “While we were doing this, we were telling the American public there was nothing to it. We were telling the world there was nothing to it,” Mr Stone added.
“You have individuals that look very much like you and myself, that could walk among us and you wouldn’t even notice the difference,” he said.
Stone claimed to have catalogued 57 different species of alien life forms.

Son of Billy Meier; Methi exposes FIGU

Founder of Exopolitics Hong Kong, Neil Gould interviews “Methi Meier”, the son of “contactee†Billy Meier in response to an open letter that he published on his blog exposing a long running family feud and his mistreatment by FIGU, a group which supports his father in disseminating spiritual teachings on line through his father’s contacts with a group of extraterrestrials called “Plejarensâ€.
The interview generates controversial disclosures involving his father “Billy” Eduard Albert Meier and disclosures about FIGU who are based at the Semjase Silver Star Centre in Switzerland. Some of Methi’s claims include the alleged manipulation of Meier by FIGU members; that Billy Meier’s does not practice what he preaches [committed violence against his wife] and Methi casts doubts as to the authenticity of “some” [not all] of Meier’s contact notes! Jim Sparks – Near Future Humans and Off World Humans

Jim Sparks allows the timely release of his filmed interview by Jake Gould and Neil Gould, Exopolitics Hong Kong, more than one year after it was filmed. Sparks describes his interactions with near future humans who still look very similar to us, as opposed to the far future humans who are almost unrecognizable as humans.

The realities associated with Time travel will become more acceptable to members of the public as more whistleblowers come forward exposing the activities of covert agencies and large corporations with regard to quantum access technologies. Dr David Lewis Anderson asserts that time travel is real and being secretly developed by governments and private corporations. Seattle attorney Andrew Basagio has been publicly claiming that from the time he was 7 to when he was 12, he participated in Project Pegusas a secret U.S. government program that he says worked on teleportation and time travel under the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
At Project MEXO, [see slide shows] a Hong Kong live virtual conference endorsed by the Exopolitics Institute, Jim Sparks gave a 40-minute presentation on Time Travel, explaining how aspects of his abductions relate to time travel.
“It is 2am in the morning and I am abducted and find myself in an examination room on board their space craft, where they are using several types of tests on me. Each test takes approximately 1 hour and in this case there are 3 tests. Clearly total time spent is 3 hours [approx]. Afterwards I find myself in another room and it’s time for medical procedures and ending with extraction of semen, the procedures and extraction takes 1-½ hours. All together these events take a total of 4 ½ hours [approx]. When all of this is finished I am returned home. Keeping in mind I was captured at 2am. When returned home, I find my clock reads 2:40am. Here on earth only 40 minutes [approx] passed; while on board it took 4 ½ hours. In these cases would you not consider this distortion of time as ‘time travel’? What else could it be?â€
Sparks explained that on one other occasion, he saw himself arrive back from an abduction before he had left.
“I was then abducted and the procedures on board took around 2 hours. When I was returned home I found myself back on the sofa. As I lay there I saw in front of me what I couldn’t believe, it was myself.  Although 2 hours had passed on board I was returned approximately 2 to 3 minutes before I left. I was stunned and speechless. I saw myself with its back facing me as if it were another person stepping through the same procedures as I did earlier to get a snack from the kitchen. My other self from the past did not take notice any notice that I was even there. After time past I became fearful because I knew he would see me on his return to the sofa. As he walked towards the sofa facing me he starred right through me as if I wasn’t there. I thought for a moment he was going to sit on me as he got closer until he began to fade. Let me make a point here I travelled back in time and this was no accident they purposely did this for me to experience it.â€
Traditionally, Sparks, abductees and researchers such as Dr David Jacobs speak about a hybridization program involving Greys [and other ET races] whereby alien sperm/DNA are matched with human ova/DNA to produce hybrid children. In time, some of these children are then subjected to the same procedure once again; if matched with 100% Alien sperm/DNA then the offspring are more Alien looking but if matched with 100% human sperm/DNA they become more human looking.
In this film Sparks injects a twist into the abduction lore, by revealing that landing parties of humans, who were not born, raised or nurtured on this planet are brought here to intermingle with “what they areâ€. Jake Gould likens this to “animals in captivity being returned to the wildâ€.
“These humans are the result of [Earth human] ova and semen being collected here and incubated somewhere else,†explained Sparks.
Jim concedes that he is not sure of the agenda in this specific case but that the Greys have many agendas and perhaps in this one, they simply wish to bring us along as we are.
Jim insisted that this film was not to be released before 2012.

Schneider claims during the 1970’s during the construction of a D.U.M.B. at Dulce, that he had accidentally tunneled into an ET base resulting in a violent encounter, with loss of life on both sides (human and Alien), which would change his world reality. Schneider embarked on tours across the USA speaking out publically about his shoot out with the aliens, warning of preparations by the elite of a forthcoming New World Order whilst publically displaying to his audiences his chest wounds and his left hand with missing fingers as a result of the shootout.

The authorities claimed that Schneider’s death was suicide but his wife’s testimony and the autopsy report which show graphic images of Phil Schneider with a catheter tightly around his neck, prove otherwise!

It is just as difficult for the uninitiated public to comprehend the word “Disclosure†as it is to comprehend the words “UFO†and “ET”; why? Because of the various “elitist†driven processes put in place specifically designed to misdirect public attention through manipulation of societal institutions, preventing a revolution involving free energy and exotic technologies, powerful enough to unmask, unseat and destroy the “military metaphysic†and its complicit oil industry partners, who coat every aspect of geopolitical activity on this planet.
It is estimated that around 4.5billion people are deliberately left out of the world economy, kept poor, squashed under the weight of an economic feudal pyramid, within which pharmaceutical companies have used humans as lab rats, countries exploited, mineral wealth stolen, governments corrupted and bonded as slaves through the fractional banking system that prints money out of thin air, simultaneously creating a never ending debt.
During the recent Philippines UFO Conference, hosted by Tony Israel and Ed Neri, founders of the UFO Society of the Philippines, the writer’s presentation, titled “Pillars of the Worldview†was designed to shock the attending audience of spiritual leaders, retired army personal and the general public, into realizing just why it is that the whole world including the Philippines are in a state of financial and economic chaos with limited perspectives on all matters relating to the global media truth embargo with regard to the ET presence here on planet Earth. The presentation put into place the fundamentals that cocoon the UFO and ET reality and methods used by the global elite to obfuscate information associated with the ET issue.

In explaining the seven pillars of the worldview it was important to explain firstly, the meaning of “elites†and how they are able to move with impunity between three important structures; Military, Financial and Political, holding interlocking directorships between all. “These elites in the “big three” institutional orders have an “uneasy” alliance based upon their “community of interests” driven by the “military metaphysic,” which has transformed the economy into a ‘permanent war economyâ€.
Harvard Professor of Psychiatry, Dr John Mack described the “politics of ontologyâ€, how a small group was able to determine what was real and what was not real within our reality. The writer chose 7 pillars that he thought would be enough to prove that the politics of ontology had caused almost irreparable damage to the psych of mankind, effectively holding up his spiritual, cognitive and technological evolution.

Processes within the chosen 7 Pillars of the Worldview, overlay the others, forming an impenetrable psychological barrier which retards human cognitive abilities; the knowledge that higher life forms exist, that we are and have always been visited by ETs, that ET technology is being back engineered, that technology transfer programs are taking place between humans and ETs, that our press censors most of our reality and is owned by the elites, that the Federal Reserve is private and our intelligence services have been running counter intelligence programs [COINTELPRO] since the late 1940’s; the crash at Roswell , new Mexico in 1947 and the arrival of the Space Brothers in the early 1950’s.
The audience realized that as soon as they left the auditorium, they would be stepping out into a controlled environment, now armed with the exopolitical knowledge that the future depends on their own actions and how they would disseminate what they had learned. Some attendees questioned Project Bluebook, The Robinson Panel, the Condon report and many other false flag operations designed to keep the illusions in place. They wondered if they actually played a part in the entrapment of humanity by being politically passive.

A retired military officer approached the writer, concerned that there had been no Exopolitical conferences in the Philippines that could have educated the public earlier; “It could perhaps have saved us from exploitation by our own leaders, who have plundered our economic wealth and natural resources into their own pockets, whilst keeping us poor and ignorant of possible relationships with other more advanced friendly worldsâ€â€. The writer agreed with the retired officer that Disclosure of the ET presence could never come from the Governments, most of all the US Government. The power structures of the 7 Pillars ensured that. The Officer then stated; “nobody in power would ever give up that power for the benefit of humanityâ€. He then placed his hand on his chin clenching it in frustration and said;
“Think of the green revolution and technological change in paradigm that would take place on this planet; think of all those billions of poor people with hidden talent that could be brought into a new world economy if only the people were told the truth. It is unfathomable for me to even guess what technology the military have from the ETs, hidden to prevent the world from having fresh water, food and jobs for all and end the reliance on oil; Some of these points that you mentioned in your Exopolitics lecture would end scarcity and war on this planet – our universities need to introduce Exopolitics as an essential part of their syllabusâ€.
The final speaker was author of the book, “A Herald for the Space Brothersâ€, Gerard Aartson who delivered  an uplifting and extremely informative presentation on Adamski, the Space People and Ascended Masters; a tonic for the audience and gateway to a new climate of optimism for the future. Aartson explained historical aspects of positive ETs and how they operate using advanced physics with which they can transition from one frequency of existence to another and of their understanding of physical matter, not just our 3D solids, liquids, gas and plasma but a further 3 etheric states of matter.

The Conference ended with Aartsen’s assurance that one day we would all benefit from our mentoring ET brothers, who would enable every family to be in possession of a small power unit in their homes to provide unlimited free energy from the cosmos. At the UFOC 2011 in Phoenix, filmmaker Jake Gould assisted by Liat Gould were filming Major George Filer USAF (Ret) being interviewed by Neil Gould. During the interview, Major Filer presented his credentials and many of his activities during his 20 years in the air force, everything from picking up UFOs on radar to engaging a US President, Prince Phillip and others over the matter of UFOs. During a relaxing moment in the interview, Neil asked Major Filer what it was that motivated him to investigate and report UFO sightings all over the world, to keep the public informed through hisFilers Files. The answer was completely unexpected; Major filer and his childhood friend had watched UFOs land in  a nearby park, before being invited on board and meet with the occupants.
Major Filer is a Disclosure Project witness who gave testimony with regard to the shooting of an ET at Fort Dicks in 1978. His own ET contacts have never been mentioned to anyone outside of his own family; till now. In the filmed interview, Filer describes his encounters, the craft and the spiritual enlightenment he received from the off worlders, who were completely human looking. Little did he realize that these encounters would be the driving force behind his disseminating  the Filers Files Newsletters in the hope of spreading the word; that we are not alone, nor have we ever been alone in this wonderful multiverse.

Philippe de la Messuziere is a French aristocrat, electronics engineer, intelligence officer and an associate for the with COMETA report. COMETA was a high-level French UFO study organization from the late 1990s, composed of high-ranking officers and officials, some having held command posts in the armed forces and aerospace industry.
Philippe spent 20 years of his life in the domain of Nuclear energy. He co authored a dictionary of Atomic terms [French/English] and worked for Canadian Marconi, Canadian Admiral Group who made fridges but covertly produced atomic detectors for nuclear fallout and Raytheon in Florida.
In this video, Philippe discloses his private conversations with Dr Michael Wolf a close friend of his who died 18th September 2000. The revelations of Dr Michael Wolf are controversial; Wolf claims that he was head of Alphacom a covert agency associated with the secret government with whom he allegedly worked for 25years, holding Above Top Secret clearance; working on joint projects with ETs in laboratories at S4, Area 51, Wright- Patterson Airforce Base, Indian Springs and Dulce. Wolf claims that the shadow government erased all records of his degrees and involvement with the CIA, NSA and NSC; a measure common for people working in special access programs.
“Dr Wolf said he had an MD in neurology; a Ph.D in theoretical physics; a BS in biogenetics; a JD in international law; and a D.Sc in computer Sciences.â€
Wolf died from cancer on the 18th September 2000 allegedly from a type of cancer induced by his “employers.â€
It was after Wolf published his book Catchers of Heaven that most researchers got to hear about his revelations. Wolf’s bosses sanctioned the publication on condition that Wolf “fictionalized†the book. Wolf commented:
I would like on my grave the words; “He died of Red tapeâ€.
Was Wolf the highest ranking member of the shadow government to come forward? Or more to the point; was Wolf the real thing?

In the interview Philippe reveals how the US military are working with ETs on back engineering high technology. He describes his meeting with the ET, Kolta who was with his ET boss and provides evidence in the form of reflection. The ETs took a photo of Wolf and Philippe sitting together, capturing their own reflections in the glass of a picture on the wall of Wolfs apartment.

Philippe describes the ET’s physical features and vulnerability where simply shaking hands could cause an injury. “They did not eat, they were just like plantsâ€. One occasion when Philippe was in hospital after a heart attack, Wolf would send Kolta to see him whilst nobody in the hospital would be “conscious of the visit â€.
This video interview is extremely compelling and provides many disclosures about the role of covert groups in the military, including NASA, working with ETs.

Jim Sparks has not finished his mission as yet. Determined to get the word out that the covert groups within the Black Ops are given amnesty in order for us all to evolve. Report on “Jim Sparks in Hong Kong 2011” lecture

On the 2nd January 2011, Hong Kong’s HITEC Center played host to ET Abductee, Jim Sparks, who presented his testimony as to the reality of the ET presence to an audience of over 500 people. Galactic Diplomacy between human and extra terrestrials, threw the mainstream press into total confusion whilst mesmerizing the audience. The Exopolitical train had moved into Hong Kong surging ahead with an extensive program of future exopolitical events.
Jim Sparks told the audience about his 23 years of abduction, carefully following the script of his book “The Keepersâ€. Exopolitics Hong Kong and Meoow guide [an internet radio portal, active in intuitive consciousness and regression hypnotherapy], the executive organizers of the event, had Jim’s book translated into Chinese by an aspiring 20 year old student and translator, MC Choy.

By the end of the presentation Sparks had almost sold out of his of books. Executive creative director Stan Ho, an experiencer and avid supporter of exopolitics designed the book cover capturing the intense expressions of Jim Sparks and an Alien, facing each other amidst a background of royal blue. The HITEC Centre venue has an extremely up market auditorium which the organizers felt would help lift the perceptions of this taboo subject by shifting from the pokey venues of Tsim Sha Tsoi into more prestigious accommodation thus reinforcing the momentum that Exopolitics needs to gain public recognition.

MC Choy translated into Cantonese after each sentence spoken by Sparks which took up a lot of time leaving some of the audience disgruntled at not being time enough for any new information by Sparks. To the beginners, everything was new but to a few of the Hong Kong UFO veterans, they wanted more, having exhausted themselves watching old You tube interviews of Sparks.
The following day we received many messages of thanks and congratulations from the audience; but the South China Morning Post printed a rather negative article. I called their reporter who told me that he had submitted a well balanced article; but the editing room had completely changed its content and that he was afraid to confront them. The reporter assured me he would put it right in a follow up article. It seems someone in Hong Kong ensures certain UFO related articles are scuttled, just as they ensured the Hong Kong University Exopolitics lectures were cancelled in 2008.
As an organizer of the event I was privileged to have spent three solid days and nights with Jim sparks; watching, listening and studying his every word and his every move. The most obvious problems were as a result of his PTSD [as indicated by John Mack MD]. Jim is extremely withdrawn and takes his time before answering questions. I found him to be a delightful and polite person and extremely honest throughout all my dealings with him, since 6 months prior to the event. A point of interest, my daughter stood at the other end of a crowded room and called Jim in her mind to turn around and look at her, whilst he was facing the other way. He immediately turned around and looked her in the eye. The same happened with another person but Jim denies any telepathic abilities on that level but prefers to stick with “I have slightly enhanced abilitiesâ€. It is quite clear that Jim is still firmly in the hands of his ET abductors and although he has not had an abduction for 2 years; the ETs are running him.Â
I filmed an interview with Jim Sparks [as below]; thereafter Jake Gould [Film Director] dealt a more probing interview with Jim. Jim signaled that my interview was OK for public release whilst Jakes interview would have to remain hidden pending Jim’s approval. It contained information that would show another 2 or 3 degrees of perspective on how the ETs are helping humanity, outside of the current abduction paradigm. I cannot stop myself from at least telling you that it was extremely chilling!

Jim revealed that he had a few missions, one of which he seemed quite concerned had not come to fruition as yet. He showed a certain amount of anxiety over this with regard to his arrangements with the ETs. His second mission involved collecting a world database of awakened people who could declare the full extent of their resources, to be used to activateâ€Awakened Humanityâ€; the effects of which would be complimentary to the healing of the planet and perhaps the quickening of an amnesty for those working in the Black Operations Projects.

Paul Davies: Exopolitical Prescription – Part 2

Part 1 Â of this article presented Dr Paul Davies, Astrobiologist as a man whose vision is embedded within the current imposed and skewered worldview. On Coast to Coast radio, Davies debunked and ignored the exopolitical evidence that Ets engage our planet. In this article the exopolitical prescriptions are presented so that Dr Davies has an early opportunity to dig himself out of his politically polluted worldview.
“Is Davies a typical example of the gatekeepers that Hawking sought the human race to circumvent? I say yes and suggest that Dr Davies embraces the processes available within the multidisciplinary field of Exopolitics. Â
“Through collaborations and meetings with clinicians, “experiencers”,
psychologists, Epidemiologists, historians, pgysicians, philosophers,
anthropologists, physicists, Theologians and political scientists,
Dr. Mack has encouraged members of different disciplines to bring their talents to this explorationâ€. Â
Below I present to Dr Davies an “Exopolitical apical bud of knowledgeâ€, beginners tools that he could use to begin his reeducation as to the existence of UFOs and their engagement with planet Earth; perhaps a process adopted by ET anthropologists and geneticists who are following a principle of non [mass] intervention with a fledgling species who appear to be aiming ballistic missiles at themselves whilst their mainstream scientific community peer through a single telescope lens with both eyes.
At an event organized by Dr Stephen Greer at the National Press Club in 2001, over 400 military and corporate witnesses with security clearances testified as to the reality of military involvement with Ets, back engineering of ET craft, alternative energy and advanced technology some of which could advance astronomy and astrobiology.
a) Dr Paul LaViolette argues compellingly that the interesting and quite intricate behaviors of pulsars fit much more easily with a model of an ETI (extraterrestrial intelligence) beacon carrying information. The neutron star lighthouse model predicted that pulsars would be formed in supernova explosions and in fact several of them have been found near supernova remnants.

If that were truly how they were formed, one would expect to find pulsars concentrated toward the center of the galaxy where most supernovas occur. However, LaViolette has noticed that the distribution of observed pulsars in the galactic plane differs markedly from that.â€
“The position of these anomalies at a one-radian angular distance from the galactic center (g.c.) is especially odd because:
1.      the radian is arguably a natural angular unit that would be recognized by many societies
2.      this particular angular position would exist only from a point of view located exactly where we are – giving the impression of a deliberate signal or sign to our society or any society at our locationâ€
“This strongly implies that the pulsars appear where they are by design, and furthermore that the design is intended to get the attention of a society that lives exactly where we are.â€
b) AÂ ‘monolith’, was snapped from 165miles away using a special high resolution camera on board the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. Fuel was added to the flames after Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the Moon, alluded to a similar monolith detected on Mars’ moon Phobos. In the video below Aldrin commented:
‘When people find out about that they are going to say, “Who put that there? Who put that there?” Well the universe put it there, or if you choose God put it there.’
Little green men
Whistleblowers testimony to western legal standards, by people who stand to face ridicule or even worse, lose their pensions cannot be ignored. Sgt. Clifford Stone gives testimony to his involvement in black operations where he retrieved UFO craft and their occupants that had been either shot down by exotic weapons or had simply crashed. The testimony of Charles Hall a meteorologist who worked at Nellis Airforce base. Hall interacted with ET beings “Tall Whitesâ€, guests of agencies within the U.S. Military.

In an interview with research journalist and author Paola Leopizzi Harris she told ZlandCommunications:
“My recollection is that Hynek said it was backstage of one of the many Johnny Carson Tonight shows [Carl] Sagan did. He basically said [to Hynek] in 1984, ‘I know UFOs are real, but I would not risk my research [College] funding, as you do, to talk openly about them in public.[…] “I had started out as an outright ‘debunker,’ taking great joy in cracking what seemed at first to be puzzling cases. Sleep paralysis and Abduction
In a paper by Caroline McLeod, Barbara Corbisier, and John E. Mack, A More Parsimonious Explanation for UFO Abduction, the writers make it clear that abductees are not victims of sleep paralysis.
“Furthermore, sleep paralysis and hypnogogic hallucinations of such long duration tend to be symptoms of narcolepsy -a neurological disorder characterized by an overwhelming desire to sleep at any time. Individuals with narcolepsy also suffer from cataplexy -a sudden loss of voluntary muscle tonus with full consciousness, often during emotional events (Carlson, 1994). Individuals in our sample of experiencers deny such symptoms. Those experiencers who have undergone electroencephalograph (EEG) testing in an attempt to find a neurological cause for their experiences report no significant findings. Thus, there is no evidence that sleep paralysis can account for the abduction phenomenon.â€

UFOs
A reason as to why UFOs would come, especially when the human civilization is just beginning is made quite understandable by the NICAP reports of UFO sightings at ICBM sites and nuclear Weapons Storage Areas. Robert Hastings provides all his sources some of which make up the hundreds if not thousands of UFO sightings around nuclear installations including the shutting down of missile launch systems as in the case of Capt. Robert Salas. The Ets are mentoring us; they are awakening us to the dangers of the nuclear age.
Artifacts left behind by ET civilizations
The Dogon tribesmen of Mali, West Africa, contain astronomical knowledge which the native people could have neither learned by themselves nor guessed. Dogon legends speak of Jupiter’s four moons and Saturn’s rings, which were not seen by human beings until the invention of the telescope. At the temple of Abydos, Egypt highly developed crafts, specifically a helicopter, a submarine, some form of flying saucer, and a jet plane. In Iraq there are 5000-year-old Sumerian seals that depict our solar system.
Dr Davies is part of our scientific community, most of whom have a cycloptic and 3-D view of our reality imposed onto them by the politics of ontology. It is an insult to our experiencers and contactees and proves how effective the ET media truth embargo is and how mankind’s progress is being retarded. Dr. Paul Davies: Critique – Part 1

This article discloses a dark reality behind mainstream science that misrepresents to humanity, so called changes of attitudes towards the reality of intelligent life in the universe. The true agenda is to seek confirmation of ET life, unintelligent life, which includes microbes and viruses. Mankind does not read the small print. The article focuses on scientific hero, Dr Paul Davies, a contributor to recent conferences hosted by the Royal Society and the Vatican. Recently interviewed by a popular radio show it becomes clear that the mindset of Dr Davies is nailed to the existing imposed and skewered worldview dominated by the politics of ontology. The credentials of Davies are presented, but so are his views on intelligent life in the universe. Davies debunks ET visitations, abductions and UFOs but prescribes processes, which include multidisciplinary studies on the phenomenon, and dares to ask people to keep an open mind whilst being skeptical. A conundrum is it not?
Early this year there was immense excitement amongst Exopoliticians:Â
 “The Vatican’s Pontifical Academy of Sciences had organized a 5 day conferences involving physicists and Astrobiologists on subjects as varied as how life might have begun on Earth; what newly found microbes living in harsh places on our planet might tell us about possible life on others; and how life forms might be detected in our solar system, or how their bio-signatures might be found on and around the many distant exoplanets.â€
 There was further elation at the announcement by the Royal Society that they too would be holding a 2-day conference on extra terrestrial life.
 “A line-up of world-leading astronomers, biologists and astrophysicists including SETI founder Dr Frank Drake, principal investigator for the British Beagle 2 Mars lander project Professor Colin Pillinger and Director of the BEYOND: Center for Fundamental Concepts in Science Professor Paul Davies, will be discussing man’s search for extra-terrestrial life and the consequences for science and societyâ€.
 Professor Paul Davies a British-born theoretical physicist, cosmologist, Astrobiologist and best-selling author.
“He is Director of the Beyond Center for Fundamental Concepts in Science and co-Director of the Cosmology Initiative, both at Arizona State University. Davies’s research interests are focused on the “big questions†of existence, ranging from the origin of the universe to the origin of life, and include the nature of time, the search for life in the universe and foundational questions in quantum mechanics. In astrobiology, he was a forerunner of the theory that life on Earth may have come from Mars.â€
Listeners to his interview on Coast to Coast radio, were treated to a typical case of “blindfolds and earplugs†by a self centered scientist who chose to ignore the overwhelming qualitative evidence on ET life already in the public domain. [The evidence will be discussed in Part 2 of this article]. Dr Davies made it clear that Astrobiology is the search for life beyond earth, distinguishing itself from SETI; the search for intelligent life beyond earth. Despite SETI 50 yrs of eerie silence Davies gives them a pat on the back and believes we should extend the search for ET beyond looking through telescopes because the clues might be very subtle. Davies advocates that we should look for any signature or technological footprint of technology that shows up such as beacons and possible ET probes.
On this topic of Fermi’s paradox and ET beacons, here is what Davies had to say in the Astronomy Now magazine :
“What I think is a big lacuna in the search so far is that beacons have not been actively searched for. It is much more probable that we would pick up a multidirectional beacon than random messages between civilizations or domestic radio traffic or anything deliberately directed at us. All those scenarios don’t stack up, but beacons do. [..]There really has been no systematic search for them, and yet we have the technology to do that.â€
Davies described Hawkins recent remarks as Foolish; “There is no way of knowing if there is intelligent life out there. On the claim that aliens want to come here to use the resources of the planet, they could have taken them billions of years agoâ€. When asked by a caller about those who believe they saw UFOs or had been abducted Paul Davies reply was; “Little green men and flying saucers belong in the realm of fairy storiesâ€. In defense Davies explained that he knew Alan Hynek, who for 20 yrs assessed thousands of reports, some of which he personally had been able to account for. Davies went on by saying, “Most alien abduction is explained by sleep paralysis, sleep disorders†and he has had personal experience of this himself. He was keen to place his peg into the sand and stated unequivocally that “the lights in the sky are weather phenomenon†and that these reports tell us more about ourselves as humans than anything else.
Davies was asked about artifacts left behind by ET civilizations. “We cannot find any historic relics from the last 100 million years. The surface of our earth is restless, tectonic activity, glaciations, and erosion impact by asteroidsâ€. When pressed on the emergence Sumerian civilization with the associated ET intervention [as seen on the 5000 year old Sumerian Seals and Cuneiform tablets], a civilization with knowledge of the planets, Davies quashed any speculation of Ets arriving 400,000 years ago as he would be astonished that it would happen within this period which in astronomical terms is to close to the present. “Why would they come especially when the human civilization is just beginning? Too much of a coincidenceâ€
 The arrogance of Dr Davies continued in two messages to his audience; the first being that scientists must draw from a list of all the scientific disciplines and the second message was that Scientists should always be open minded but also skeptic; but never close our minds that one day the evidence might be forthcoming!Â
This mindset ensures humanity never sees the light of day whilst drowning in their own smog, addicted to fossil fuels and never being allowed to grasp the essence of a universe teaming with beneficial intelligent life which in all probability are responsible for the seeding of life in the universe; Is Davies a typical example of the gatekeepers that Hawking sought the human race to circumvent? In Part 2 of this article I present to Dr Davies the Exopolitical Prescriptions that will lead mainstream Astrobiologists, anthropologists, Cosmologists and physicists into the new paradigm; arguably the most important juncture ever, for mankind.
