Massive Blast on Proxima Centauri Might Have Wiped Out Alien Life

Article by Bilal Waqar                                               May 1, 2021                                                  (wonderfulengineering.com)

• Proxima Centauri, at 4.243 light-years away from Earth (9.46 trillion kilometers) is the closest known star to our Sun, and it is the solar host to at least two known planets. Meredith MacGregor, an assistant professor at the Center for Astrophysics and Space Astronomy, and her team had set up a program that directed nine instruments towards Proxima Centauri, including NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, the Hubble Space Telescope, and the Atacama Large Millimeter Array. All of these were able to record a massive flare coming right out of the Proxima Centauri.

• “The star went from normal to 14,000 times brighter when seen in ultraviolet wavelengths over the span of a few seconds,” said MacGregor. “It’s the first time we’ve ever had this kind of multi-wavelength coverage of a stellar flare. Usually, you’re lucky if you can get two instruments.”

• The super radiative explosion lasted for seven seconds and was the largest ever recorded coming out of a Milky Way star. The current reasoning for these explosions is that when magnetic fields close to the surface of a star twist, it causes a deadly wave of the radiative explosion. Scientists say with this new data, they will be able to study better how stars generate flares.

• Proxima Centauri is a “red-dwarf” star that is only one-eighth the size of the Sun. But the flare it blew into the milky way is termed as the largest and deadliest radiation ever to come from the surface of a star. A journal published in the Astrophysical Letters states, “The flare was so big that scientists think it may have spelled doom for any life present on nearby exoplanets in orbit.” The colossal solar flare was so big that it sure would have burnt out any extra-terrestrial life on a planet near the Proxima Centauri.

Scientists just termed a gigantic wave of fire as the biggest flare ever recorded in the

     Meredith MacGregor

Milky Way. And it might have wiped out alien life on another planet.

The flowing flare was seen coming out from the Proxima Centauri, the closest star to the sun, that lies 9.46 trillion kilometers and 4.243 light-years away from earth. Scientists claimed of recording the massive burst of fire from the “red-dwarf” star, the distance of which from the sun is almost the same that it has from the earth.

Scientists state it holds a significant position. Why? Because it is the closest known star to the sun and serves as a solar host to at least two planets. It is one-eighth the size of the sun, but the flare it blew into the milky way is termed as the largest and deadliest radiation that came out from the surface of a star ever.

A journal published in the Astrophysical Letters states, “The flare was so big that scientists think it may have spelled doom for any life present on nearby exoplanets in orbit, reshaping the search for life beyond Earth’s solar system.”

“The star went from normal to 14,00 times brighter when seen in ultraviolet wavelengths over the span of a few seconds,” said MacGregor, an assistant professor at the Center for Astrophysics and Space Astronomy (CASA). The discovery has paved the path for a new physics that will probably change how we perceive stellar fires.

Strange Radio Signal Discovered Coming From Jupiter’s Moon

Article by Chris Ciaccia                                         January 12, 2021                                        (foxnews.com)

• In 2018, NASA researchers monitoring the Galileo Probe spacecraft observed extraordinary electromagnetic waves, or “chorus waves,” on Jupiter’s moon, Ganymede. NASA recently published in the scientific journal Geophysical Research Letters that NASA’s Jupiter space probe ‘Juno’ (pictured above) detected a “decametric radio emission” as it traveled over Jupiter’s polar region at a speed of 111,847 mph. The radio emission lasted for only five seconds, but it was enough time to confirm the source.

• “It’s not ET,” says NASA’s Patrick Wiggins. “It’s more of a natural function.” Electrons spiraling in Jupiter’s magnetic field are thought to be the cause of the radio noise. Scientists have known about radio waves on Jupiter since the mid-1950s, but this is the first time the phenomenon has ever been seen emanating from Ganymede.

• The Juno spacecraft launched in 2011and was scheduled to stop functioning in July 2021. But NASA recently extended the duration of the Juno mission around Jupiter to September 2025, if it survives that long. During its mission, Juno has made a number of discoveries and captured remarkable images of the planet and its moons. Juno will continue to observe the gas giant and its rings, and is planned to make close flybys of moons Ganymede, Europa and Io.

• Ganymede, the largest of Jupiter’s moons, has long fascinated astronomers. In 2015, NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope spotted evidence that Ganymede has an underground ocean. Jupiter’s moon Europa is the sixth-largest moon in the solar system and home to an ocean that “could be habitable,” say researchers.

NASA recently extended the life of two of its planetary discovery missions, including the Juno mission to Jupiter. Now it’s come to light Juno has discovered an FM signal emanating from one of the gas giant’s moons, Ganymede.

                      Patrick Wiggins

The discovery is not an indication of extraterrestrial life, but it is fascinating nonetheless, given it’s the first time it’s been discovered coming from the celestial satellite.
“It’s not E.T.,” Patrick Wiggins, one of NASA’s ambassadors to Utah, said in comments obtained by Fox 8 Cleveland. “It’s more of a natural function.”

The spacecraft, which launched in 2011, happened to be traveling across Jupiter’s polar region at a speed of 111,847 mph when it crossed the radio source, known as a “decametric radio emission,” or simply Wi-Fi. It saw the radio emission for only five seconds, but it was enough time to confirm the source.

                              Europa

According to NASA, the decametric radio waves have frequencies between 10 and 40 MHz, but never above 40 MHz. “Electrons spiraling in Jupiter’s magnetic field are thought to be the cause of the radio noise we hear,” the space agency added.

Scientists have known about radio waves on Jupiter since the mid-1950s, but this is the first time the phenomenon has ever been

                           Ganymede

seen emanating from Ganymede.
The findings were recently published in the scientific journal Geophysical Research Letters.

While notable, this is not the first time scientists have discovered strange occurrences on Ganymede. In 2018, researchers observed “extraordinary” electromagnetic waves, also known as “chorus waves,” thanks to the Galileo Probe spacecraft.

Jupiter’s moon Ganymede has long fascinated astronomers—as it is the largest of the planet’s moons. In 2015, NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope spotted evidence that Ganymede has an underground ocean.

‘Super-Puff’ Exoplanets With Density of Cotton Candy Discovered

Listen to “E210 ‘Super-Puff’ Exoplanets With Density of Cotton Candy Discovered” on Spreaker.

Article by Chris Ciaccia                       December 20, 2019                           (foxnews.com)

• A research study by astronomers (at the University of Colorado Boulder), utilizing data from the Hubble Space Telescope, have discovered three exoplanets in the Kepler 51 star system that are nearly the size of Jupiter but have extremely low densities – less than 100 times Jupiter’s mass. The study’s lead author, Jessica Libby-Roberts, stated that these “super-puff” exoplanets with the density of cotton candy are “very bizarre”.

• The Kepler 51 system is approximately 2,400 light-years from Earth and is approximately 500 million years old. A light-year equals 6 trillion miles.

• Studying the planets’ atmospheres, “We expected to find water,” said Libby-Roberts, “… but we couldn’t observe the signatures of any molecule.” In fact, the atmospheres were opaque rather than transparent. Libby-Roberts believes that the planets’ hydrogen and helium atmospheres are covered by a “thick haze… of methane” similar to Saturn’s moon, Titan.

• The research team also discovered that the exoplanets are losing gas rapidly, with the innermost of the three exoplanets putting an estimated “tens of billions of tons of material into space every second.” Should that trend continue, these planets could shrink considerably over the next billion years and might wind up looking similar to “mini-Neptunes”.

• One of the study’s co-authors, Zachory Berta-Thompson, said, “[W]e’re seeing them at a time in their development where we’ve rarely gotten the chance to observe planets.” “They give us an opportunity to study worlds that are very different than ours, but they also place the planets in our own solar system into a larger context.”

Astronomers have discovered a number of “super-puff” exoplanets in the Kepler 51 star system that are as dense as cotton candy.

Utilizing data from the Hubble Space Telescope, researchers found fewer than 15 of the planets that

    Zachory Berta-Thompson

are almost as big as Jupiter, but have extremely low density, at less than 100 times the gas giant’s mass or less than 0.1 grams per cubic centimeter of volume.

“They’re very bizarre,” said the study’s lead author, Jessica Libby-Roberts, in a statement.

“This is an extreme example of what’s so cool about exoplanets in general,” said Zachory Berta-Thompson, one of the study’s co-authors, said. “They give us an opportunity to study worlds that are very different than ours, but they also place the planets in our own solar system into a larger context.”

The three “super-puff” exoplanets in the Kepler 51 system were “straight-up contrary to what we teach in undergraduate classrooms,” Berta-Thompson added.

The Kepler 51 system is approximately 2,400 light-years from Earth and is approximately 500 million years old. A light-year, which measures distance in space, equals 6 trillion miles.

Spruce Pine NC Holds First Alien Expo

by Mike Conley                     June 12, 2019                      (mcdowellnews.com)

• On June 14th and 15th, Spruce Pine, North Carolina (in the mountains near Asheville) hosted its first Spruce Pine Alien Conference and Expo (SPACE). The free festival is expected to attract 10,000 visitors.

• The featured speaker is Mike Bara from the History Channel’s “Ancient Aliens” show. Bara has written a series of books about ancient aliens and their visits to Earth and the Moon, and has made numerous public appearances lecturing on the subjects of space science, NASA, physics, UFOs.

• Also scheduled were a number of panel discussions by local authors, researchers and alien experts. Residents and visitors can tell their own stories about close encounters with unidentified flying objects and strange events at an “open mic”. The weekend also included free concerts and trips to the Dark Sky Observatory at Mayland Community College, a “My Favorite Martian” costume contest, an “E.T.” Children’s Bike Race, and a “Beam Me Up to the Bar” pub crawl.

• Spruce Pine native, Jimmy Hinshaw is the creator and director of SPACE. Hinshaw learned that Mitchell County holds the quartz that is mined for use in telescopes and the space shuttle, including the Palomar Observatory and the Hubble Space Telescope. Also, Mitchell County has experienced more UFO sightings than any other county in North Carolina. So a UFO festival was a natural fit.

• Hinshaw thinks his SPACE event is about having an experience. “If you come dressed up as an alien, you are part of the experience. Having an experience is really important,” says Hinshaw. “Our mountain region is a really special place whether it is Bigfoot, UFOs or ghosts.” “Our mountains are so beautiful. I want to share them with the world and everyone in the galaxy.”

[Editor’s Note]   The Deep State-controlled scientific and academic communities keeps rolling out news releases asserting that there are fewer habitable planets, an even lesser chance of the existence of other intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations, and a zero chance of any alien beings coming to this planet. This is to discourage the public from believing in UFOs and to cover up the very real extraterrestrial presence around our world. Meanwhile, the percentage of the population who believes in UFOs and who welcome extraterrestrial beings to Earth continues to grow. The rise and popularity of UFO festivals is one example. Regardless of the Deep State’s agenda to conceal the presence of alien visitors, the general public seems to instinctively know that there is much more to this than the government is letting on.

Marion has the WNC Bigfoot Festival but now Spruce Pine will have its first alien expo.

On Friday and Saturday, the first ever Spruce Pine Alien Conference and Expo (SPACE) will beam down in downtown Spruce Pine. This multi-dimensional event is free to anyone interested in the unknown and is expected to bring 10,000 visitors from around the United States. The featured speaker will be Mike Bara from the History Channel’s “Ancient Aliens” show, according to a news release.

Bara is a New York Times bestselling author, lecturer and TV personality whose books have sold more than 70,000 copies worldwide. He has written a series of books about ancient aliens and their visits to Earth and the Moon. He has made numerous public appearances lecturing on the subjects of space science, NASA, physics, UFOs and the link between science and spirit, and has been a featured guest on radio programs like “Coast to Coast AM” with George Noory, according to the web site for SPACE.

Also, there will be a number of panel discussions by local authors, researchers and alien experts. During the day, residents and visitors will be allowed an “open mike” to tell their stories about close encounters with unidentified flying objects and strange events.

Events will run from 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday with include free concerts and trips to the Dark Sky Observatory at Mayland Community College. Events will run from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday.

For those that love to play the part, there will be a “My Favorite Martian” costume contest for the young and young at heart plus the exciting “E.T.” Children’s Bike Race. Included in the downtown area will be food vendors, comic and book authors and a spacious beer garden, according to the news release.

SPACE will feature a “Beam Me Up to the Bar” pub crawl along with cosplay or an alien costume contest for children and adults. You can come as a character from “Star Wars,” “Star Trek,” the Marvel universe or some other alien. There will also be the “Area 51” Inflatable kids park, according to the web site for the event.
