US Congress Passes Bill Protecting Slave Labor on Mars & Corporate Space Colonies

On November 16, the U.S. House of Representatives joined the Senate in passing a bill that provides legal protection for space mining conducted by U.S. based corporations that establish off-world operations. While most Congressional members that passed H.R.2262 – U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act may have done so with the impression that they would protect the rights of U.S. companies in future space mining missions, they instead have provided legal protection to corporations that have been secretly conducting such operations for decades.

The passage of the “U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act” is significant due to recent whistleblower claims that off-world space mining by U.S. affiliated corporations have been using slave labor on Mars and elsewhere in our solar system. More recently, it has been claimed that these mining operations and associated bases, began as a result of cooperation between German Secret Societies and the U.S. military industrial complex, a relationship that dates back to the late 1950s.

If these claims are true, then U.S. corporations have been involved in slave labor practices on Mars and elsewhere, which originated with the policies of Nazi Germany. Clark McClelland, a veteran space engineer who worked for NASA or its contractors for a total of 34 years, claims he saw Hans Kammler, the same Nazi SS official involved in implementing slave labor practices for highly advanced secret projects in Germany, at the Kennedy Space Center in the early 1960s.

McCelland’s testimony supports another whistleblower, Corey Goode, who claims secret agreements had been reached with the Eisenhower administration as a result of flyovers of Washington D.C., by German flying saucers in 1952. McClelland’s and Goode’s testimonies about Nazi and German infiltration of the U.S. space program are investigated in the recent book Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.

The relevant section of the “U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act,” dealing with protecting space mining was originally submitted on March 19 to the U.S. Congress as a separate bill titled “H.R.1508: Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015.”

Rather than being voted on as a separate bill, the “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act” was instead incorporated into the larger bill, “H.R.2262 – U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act.” It was the latter bill that was passed by the House of Representatives on November 17, and earlier by the U.S. Senate on November 10.

Title IV of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act (aka Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015) protects the rights of mining companies willing to invest significant financial resources in future space exploration. If, for example, a mining company establishes a base on Mars, then it would have the right to exploit the resources of Mars while being protected under U.S. federal law.

Here is what the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act has to say in section “51302. Commercial exploration and commercial recovery”:

(a) IN GENERAL – The President, acting through appropriate Federal agencies, shall—

(1) facilitate the commercial exploration and utilization of space resources to meet national needs;

This clause raises the possibility that under U.S. “national needs” the President of the United States can provide resources and assistance to mining companies to establish off-world bases and mining. There is nothing particularly alarming here at the prospect of companies such as Elon Musk’s SpaceX being given assistance to plan future Mars missions that establish mining bases to fund themselves.

The next clause of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act does raise some disturbing issues however:

(2) discourage government barriers to the development of economically viable, safe, and stable industries for the exploration and utilization of space resources in manners consistent with the existing international obligations of the United States;

What exactly does “discourage government barriers” mean? This clause could be used to argue against any future government regulations as unnecessary and causing significant impediment to profitable mining operations.

For example, if a mining company was to exploit workers in slave-labor like conditions, rather than federal regulators imposing U.S. labor standards, the oppressed workers would be left hanging to seek a resolution of the corporate entity itself.

The subsequent clause is even more alarming:

(3) promote the right of United States commercial entities to explore outer space and utilize space resources, in accordance with the existing international obligations of the United States, free from harmful interference…

What does “free from harmful interference” mean? In the case of a mining corporation imposing slave labor working conditions, this clause suggests that international organizations such as the International Criminal Court would not have the power to directly intervene. Basically, managers at prospective space mining operations would be protected under U.S. Federal Law from international organizations investigating them for using slave labor.

Finally, section 106 of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act specifies the U.S. federal courts as having “exclusive jurisdiction”:

“(g) Federal jurisdiction.—Any claim by a third party or space flight participant for death, bodily injury, or property damage or loss resulting from an activity carried out under the license shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal courts.”

Basically, this means that any human rights issues arising in the mining operations of corporations with off-world bases would have to be addressed through U.S. federal courts.

The U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act raises some very troubling legal issues about future mining operations by U.S. based corporations. However, rather than a hypothetical legal problem to be debated by space law attorneys, there is testimonial evidence that space mining operations already secretly exist. Furthermore, it has been claimed that these mining operations use slave labor on Mars and other locations in the solar system.

According to alleged eyewitness testimony, an inspection of a Mars mining and manufacturing facility was conducted on June 20, 2015. In a detailed report written two days later, Corey Goode claims that he along with a “Lt Col Gonzales” (a pseudonym) were given an official tour of a facility owned by a corporation called the “Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate” (ICC). The inspection was done to investigate claims of slave labor being used at ICC facilities.

According to Goode, a former ICC employee had defected to a rival space program called the “Secret Space Program (SSP) Alliance”, and was willing to testify in future legal proceedings against responsible corporate officials.

A Council heading the SSP Alliance made the necessary arrangements for Goode and Gonzales to travel to Mars and inspect the ICC facility. Based on what Goode and Gonzales directly witnessed, there is testimonial evidence that slave labor is currently being used on Mars to mine and manufacture products for the ICC.

It has been claimed that the findings of investigations by the SSP Alliance, against corporate and other abuses in space, will submitted in planned “crimes against humanity” trials.

If Goode’s report is accurate, then the effect of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act would be to give U.S. federal legal protection to the owners, managers and personnel of corporations currently using slave labor in off-world operations. Investigations by international human rights organizations, including the International Criminal Court, and the alleged SSP Alliance legal proceedings, would be effectively neutralized.

Currently, the House’s Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act awaits reconciliation with its Senate version before being passed on to President Obama for his signature and ratification. This is expected to happen quickly with little debate since the general public, mass media, and perhaps even Obama himself, are unaware of the secret decades-long involvement of U.S. corporations in off-world mining operations.

It appears more than coincidental that at the same time as accusations of slave labor being used at off-world mining operations are being secretly investigated for possible criminal prosecution, that the U.S. Congress has passed legislation that would effectively provide legal protection to corporate officials responsible for crimes against humanity in space.

Secret Underground Cities have Influenced Human Civilization & Religion for Millennia

An ancient network of underground cities, tens of thousands of years old, has exerted a powerful influence over human society and religion for millennia according to secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode. More recently, he claims this network of cities has been negotiating with major nations that have developed secret space programs.

On September 23, Goode released a report describing a diplomatic meeting with members of seven ancient underground civilizations that recently had to come together to form an alliance due to political and technological changes on the Earth’s surface. In the latest episode of Cosmic Disclosure on GaiamTV, Goode reveals his knowledge of these underground civilizations that are described as the “Agartha Network” – a coalition of underground cities described in “smart glass pads” he had access to during his secret space program service from 1987-2007.

Goode says that the Agartha Network was created over time by successive cataclysms on the Earth’s surface that led to different civilizations establishing underground refuges for their elites, along with their most advanced technologies. As the number of ancient underground cities expanded over the ages, many joined to form the Agartha Network, which possessed advanced spacecraft called the “Silver Fleet”.

The Agartha Network and the other breakaway ancient civilizations were not alone in establishing refuges in underground locations throughout Earth’s turbulent surface history. Non-human races that include ‘Raptors’ (a hybrid Reptilian and Avian race), were also present, and played significant roles in Earth’s cataclysmic history.

Also, a war-like Reptilian race called the ‘Draconians’ first appeared around 300,000 years ago according to Goode, and began genetic experiments with some the surface inhabitants that survived earlier cataclysms. Other human-like extraterrestrials also began genetic experiments – a total of 22 – with the remnants of surface humanity.

The Draco and the human extraterrestrial visitors had major wars in which the fortunes of one side or the other would wax and wane over the ages. Goode said that Zecharia Sitchin’s The Earth Chronicles, is a fairly accurate account of these battles. Meanwhile, the Agartha Network closely monitored conditions on the Earth’s surface, and the different extraterrestrial visitors conducting genetic experiments, while fighting amongst each other.

Goode says that the Agartha Network pretended to be gods when they met members of surface humanity, thereby either giving birth to, or, at the very least, influencing ancient pagan religions. Among the Greek ‘gods’, and similar gods from other religious traditions, many were actually members of the Agartha Network.

In Goode’s September 23 report, the Agarthans and other underground civilizations claimed that they did so in order to bring a measure of order and civilization to a turbulent surface humanity, which had been genetically modified by Draconians and other extraterrestrial visitors to be aggressive.

Goode said that it was not only the Agartha Network that pretended to be gods to surface humanity, but also some visiting extraterrestrials who did likewise. These included bird-like extraterrestrials revered by the ancient Egyptians such as Thoth and Horus. According to the “Law of One” material, the RA group says that despite their efforts to be merely teachers to the ancient Egyptians, they were instead revered as gods.

Goode’s claims are supported by ancient historians like Manetho (circa 300 BC), who describes pre-dynastic Egypt as being directly ruled by the gods, who walked among surface humans for millennia. These ‘gods’ intermarried with humanity to produce generations of demi-gods who ruled over humanity for extended periods. A similar scenario is described in the Book of Enoch.

In an interview on Coast to Coast AM on September 14/15, Goode said that the gods (Agarthans and visiting extraterrestrials) walked the Earth’s surface until around the fourth century AD. This approximate date coincides well with the gradual disappearance of the pagan religions and the ascendance of Christianity after the conversion of the Roman Emperor Constantine in 325 AD.

Around 600 AD, Islam was established and rapidly spread throughout the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. The ancient pagan traditions rapidly disappeared as the two major monotheistic faiths spread around the world, often at the point of a sword.

Significantly, both of these monotheistic faiths incorporated significant elements of the Jewish religion (‘Old Testament’ in Christianity) that referred to an unknown transcendent ‘God’ called Yahweh or Jehovah. The Old Testament has numerous references to this alleged transcendent God commanding the ancient Hebrews to ruthlessly eradicate the indigenous pagan peoples in what would today be recognized as ethnic cleansing. This suggests that the Hebrew ‘God’ was more likely another advanced extraterrestrial or subterranean imposter.

If Goode is correct, the Agartha Network’s influence over surface humanity, through ancient pagan beliefs, significantly waned with the spread of Christianity and Islam that incorporated the Hebrew belief in an unknown transcendent God. Were these two monotheistic faiths genuinely a result of divine intervention by a transcendent being, or were they likewise influenced by one or more different extraterrestrial civilizations impersonating a transcendent being?

In the modern era, Goode claims that the Agarthans attempted to assert their influence over surface humanity by this time pretending to be extraterrestrials from other worlds. They apparently did so with German Secret Societies, which along with Nazi SS, developed flying saucer technologies in the World War II era.

The Agartha Network negotiated and established treaties with German Secret Societies, accepting some of their members into their underground cities, while giving assistance to others in establishing underground bases in Antarctica and South America, according to Goode.

The Germans shared a similar Nordic genetics with some members of the Agartha network that they came into contact with in Antarctica and South America. Yet, not all ancient underground civilizations share these racial characteristics as Goode made clear in his September 23 report, which he illustrated with several pictures released on October 7.

Goode says that the Agartha Network pretended to be extraterrestrials with the U.S. based secret space program, until they were exposed in the 1970’s. More recently, there have been negotiations conducted between the Secret Space Programs and the Agartha Network, as Goode revealed in his September 23 report.

If Goode’s account of what he read in classified briefing documents in secret space programs is accurate, then his account of the Agartha Network and its history raises many important issues. On the one hand, the Agartha Network and other ancient breakaway civilizations have clearly influenced surface humanity by pretending to be gods, and more recently extraterrestrials.

On the other hand, the Agartha Network represents a repository of ancient knowledge and history that to some extent predates the intervention of extraterrestrials on the Earth’s surface. Therefore they can help surface humanity learn much about its origins and potential, despite the bewildering assortment of changes introduced by so many extraterrestrial visitors through long-term genetic experiments.

While critics claim that there is no hard evidence supporting Goode’s testimony, there is in fact documentary evidence supporting some of his key claims, which is detailed in the book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances. In addition, Goode’s sincerity, consistency in his claims, along with compelling circumstantial evidence, all point to his disclosures being genuine rather than contrived.

Goode’s latest Cosmic Disclosure interview, together with his September 23 report, outlines a version of history that needs to be seriously considered by all seeking to find the truth about humanity’s origins, and its interactions with ancient civilizations and extraterrestrial visitors. If negotiations are currently being conducted with the Agartha Network, as Goode claims, then we may not have to wait too long for future disclosures that turn human history on its head, and reveal many uncomfortable truths about our origins and major religions.

Uncensored History Revealed with Secret Space Program Disclosures

Nazi Germany, and not the United States or Soviet Union, was the first nation to send astronauts into space according to Secret Space Program whistleblower Corey Goode. Goode is not a closet neo-Nazi spouting twisted propaganda, but is simply disclosing what he says he read in classified historical documents he had access to during his 20 year tour-of-duty (1987-2007) with “Solar Warden” and other secret space programs.

In his latest interview on the Cosmic Disclosure Gaiam TV series, Goode elaborated upon his earlier revelations that he was given access to “smart glass pads,” similar to iPads, where he read classified information about the origins of secret space programs. Previously he said that he was given this level of access to classified information since his duties involved familiarizing himself with many aspects of secret space program history and activities, in order to better fulfill his responsibilities as an “Intuitive Empath.”

He recalls that the “smart glass pads” revealed that channelers, associated with the Vril Society, made contact with a group of Draconian extraterrestrials claiming to be humans from the Aldebaran star system.

Later, during expeditions to the Himalayas, members of the Vril Society and Nazi SS made contact with a group of Nordic-looking humans, who were part of the “Agartha Network”. Goode says that the Agartha network had advanced spacecraft, named the “Silver Fleet.” The Agarthans held similar beliefs to the Nazis in terms of racial purity and separate development models for humans.

Goode recently elaborated on these belief systems in a September 23 report of a meeting he attended with representatives of seven ancient subterranean breakaway human civilizations. He explained in some detail why racial purity ideals and separate development was important for these breakaway human civilizations.

In the Cosmic Disclosure interview, Goode discussed the development of the first antigravity spacecraft built in the 20th century by the German Vril Society, resulting from the esoteric communications with extraterrestrials and “intra-terrestrials” from the Agartha Network.

Goode explained in detail why German scientists were prepared to combine western empirical scientific investigation with esoteric principles. This gave the German scientists an edge over their Anglo-American rivals, and it would not begin to be bridged until well after the end of the Second World War, when the victorious allies realized just how advanced Nazi technology had become.

This is not the first time Goode has discussed the development of secret space programs in Germany during the 1920s and 1930s under the guidance of secret societies and later the Nazi SS. In a May 20 email interview, Goode went into some detail about the role of German secret societies and the Nazi SS in developing parallel secret space programs.

Goode’s stunning revelations have been investigated closely in the newly released book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances. Findings from available historical documents corroborate many of Goode’s key claims regarding the role of German secret societies and the Nazi SS in developing, not one, but two secret space programs! Today, this information explains many puzzling political decisions and military actions.

The policy implications of Goode’s disclosures illuminate current events in an astounding way. Not only did German secret societies and the Nazi SS cooperate in their respective space programs, but they collaborated in a joint effort after World War II to successfully infiltrate the infant U.S. secret space program.

Goode’s claims that Nazi flying saucers defeated Admiral Byrd’s 1947/48 Naval expedition and did overflights of major U.S. cities in the 1950’s is supported by historical documents, and other whistleblowers discussed in Insiders Reveals Secret Space Programs. Among them is Clark McClelland who worked as a NASA contractor and employee for 34 years.

These documents and independent testimonies help respond to critical readers seeking evidence to substantiate Goode’s claims, and help to gain an understanding of why this information illuminates many truths today withheld.

It is clear that if Goode is even partially correct in his incredible claims, then history will have to be radically rewritten. This will be deeply disturbing to those believing that Nazism, and all it stood for, was resoundingly defeated at the end of World War II.

Perhaps equally upsetting will be the realization that some extraterrestrial visitors and subterranean human civilizations share similar ideals of racial purity and separate human development. According to Goode’s recent interaction in a meeting with some of these subterranean groups, traumatic historical events must be overcome on all sides for us all to understand ourselves better and look toward a brighter future.

Secret Space Program Alliance Negotiates with Council of Ancient Earth Civilizations

Human civilization has been divided into two distinct branches for millennia according to a report issued today by Secret Space Program whistleblower, Corey Goode. On the Earth’s surface, civilizations have risen and fallen as a result of cataclysmic events, wars, influxes of refugees from other planets, and genetic experiments by visiting extraterrestrial civilizations. In the Earth’s vast subterranean interior, another branch of humanity has found refuge and flourished for millennia, preserving ancient forms of knowledge and bloodlines dating back to a time before cataclysmic surface changes.

In his report, Goode describes a meeting held with a Council representing seven ancient human civilizations, which he described as the “Council of Ancient Earth Breakaway Civilizations.” He describes the Council’s vast historical perspective and why they limited or avoided interaction with surface humanity over the course of millennia.

Goode describes the distrust the Council has of surface humanity, which has been easily controlled and manipulated by secret societies (Cabal/Illuminati) that are aligned with an invasive extraterrestrial group called the ‘Draconians’, who are intent on exploiting surface humanity.

In order to protect themselves from the aggressive and warlike activities of surface humanity and a non-human subterranean race called the ‘Raptors’, the ancient breakaway civilizations claim they have had to pretend to be gods and/or extraterrestrials to hide their true locations.

Goode begins his report with a detailed explanation about the circumstances and events leading up to this meeting with the “Council of Ancient Earth Breakaway Civilizations.” He describes how a break-down in relations between the different secret space programs, the influx of highly advanced weapons, and the emergence of the “Sphere Being Alliance,” led to the ancient Earth civilizations feeling the strategic need to ally themselves more.

Their first step was to form a Council of the seven different ancient breakaway groups, which previously had different perspectives, and were isolationist in their political philosophies. Curiously, this relatively new Council did not include the ancient Mayan civilization that Goode had previously discussed extensively, who have played a very positive role in mitigating the effects of “service-to-self” extraterrestrial groups exploiting humans.

This new alliance would enable the ancient Earth civilizations to counter the increase in aggressive actions by the Illuminati/Cabal and their extraterrestrial allies, led by the Draconians. The latter were encouraging the “Raptors,” to expand their subterranean domains of Earth, leading to territorial losses by the ancient Earth Civilizations. Goode describes the Raptors as a “particularly nasty race” that had “hideous reptilian features as well as a scrawny plume of feathers running down their backs.”

Goode described in great detail how the subterranean Earth civilizations view themselves as racially pure in contrast to surface humanity:

They each described their perceptions of those of us on the surface as uncivilized barbarians who are diseased and genetically impure. They said they were the only ones who had preserved the various original earth human bloodlines.

Wave after wave of refugees from nearby planets had since co-mingled their genetics with the original humans of this planet, and had taken over the surface world like a plague.

Goode refers to four catastrophes on the Earth’s surface that led to the formation of breakaway subterranean civilizations:

They stated that in the nearly 20 million years since the original human bloodlines had arisen on Earth, there had been four major cataclysms that had either changed the Earth’s axis, rotation or orbital path around the Sun.

Each time one of these events occurred, the “elite” or priest caste kept their genetic line pure through isolating themselves beneath the ground. These small groups survived while their surface counterpart civilizations perished.

From time to time, these ancient civilizations would help surface humanity rebuild their destroyed societies according to what Goode was told:

Over oceans of time and smaller destructive events on the surface, which were still obviously catastrophic, nearly all signs of their former civilizations were erased from the memories of the survivors. Only myths and legends of advanced gods remained.

They stated that they would emerge from time to time to kick-start the civilization of the survivors who were the most closely related to them in terms of their genetics.

They claimed that these surviving races assumed they were the gods of their own ancient legends. It was decided that they would allow those they were assisting to believe they were gods, in order to keep their subterranean civilizations secret and secure.

Goode says that refugees from other worlds flooded the Earth’s surface and intermixed with the surviving population after the cataclysms:

To add to this incredible story, they stated that more and more advanced groups began to arrive from outside our solar system during and after these cataclysmic events. These new groups began to take advantage of the situation, such as to farm and manipulate the genetics of the natives of this solar system.

They claimed that the Earth became the destination of the refugees from these other inhabited planets. Advanced ETs relocated these refugees here in several waves as cataclysms occurred on their home planets. The refugee races were genetically similar to the original humans of Earth, but were much more aggressive.

The ancient Earth civilizations knew about the Guardians or the “ancient Builder Race” that Goode has described in a number of Gaiam TV interviews:

The subterranean groups claimed that there had been an ancient civilization that had protected this region of the galaxy for literally billions of years. They were referred to as “The Guardians,” and the Secret Space Program referred to them as the “Ancient Builder Race”…. This Guardian race was extremely advanced. There were no other ET groups who would even think of violating their region of space.

Surface humanity has changed from the time of the ancient Earth civilizations that had relocated underground. Surface humanity was now a threat:

The survivors of those inhabited worlds within our solar system relocated to the Earth. They were extremely aggressive, and began to reproduce and interbreed with the original humans that were on the Earth’s surface.

It was not long before the subterranean groups saw this new mixed race as a threat to their existence. This new mixed race is the current surface population of the earth today.

The ancient human society explained why they had to deceive surface humanity in order to counter the agendas of extraterrestrials:

They continued to appear to certain distant genetic relatives on the surface as gods and ascended teachers, to help them develop their civilizations and themselves spiritually. This was done in the hopes that they might be able to overcome the aggressive part of their genetic programming. This effort has continued right up until the present time.

They decided to start presenting themselves at ETs from other star systems when the surface population became more technologically sophisticated. They say that will continue to do this to keep the people they make contact with looking to the stars, instead of beneath their feet.

The ancient human civilizations are not optimistic about surface humanity’s chances of changing its aggressive behaviors despite the arrival of the Sphere Being Alliance who are believed by the former to be the ancient Guardians:

They stated that they are not optimistic that we will be able to do accomplish this, even with the continued energetic changes or return and assistance of the Guardians. This was quite surprising to hear, as they were obviously referring to the Sphere Alliance as the Guardians….

These subterranean groups are under the impression that after a full disclosure event and the removal of the manipulative ETs from our solar system, it will still take several generations for us to heal and evolve as a civilization. Only then will we be able to have open contact with their civilizations as equals.

The ancient breakaway civlizations are not happy that the Secret Space Program Alliance is acting as the intermediary to the Guardians/Sphere Being Alliance.

They were not exactly thrilled about forming this new council, or reaching out to the SSP Alliance Council to request contact with the newly-returned “Guardians.”

Apparently the Guardians were not going to contact them on their own. If they wanted any access at all, they had to work with us as a team.

They flatly stated that they were doing this under duress. Their alliance was forced into existence by the vast array of problems they were having. This included the lethal resistance they were encountering from various subterranean ET refugees and “ancient pre-human Earth races.”

Goode went on to explain that the ancient subterranean civilizations are frightened of surface humanity:

These people are frightened of us. We inherited very aggressive genetics from groups the refugee groups that were relocated to our planet as well as from genetic manipulation from groups such as the various “Grand Experiment ET’s” and the Draco that they themselves do not possess.

There is much more in Goode’s Report about the philosophy and activities of the ancient subterranean civilizations, and their relations with extraterrestrial visitors and surface humanity. Goode says that he also visited their library which will be the subject of part two of his report.

Corey Goode’s latest report is certain to create much controversy over claims that individuals believing they have had contact with extraterrestrials, were actually being deceived by one or more of these ancient subterranean human breakaway civilizations.

Most controversial is the claim that subterranean humans are genetically purer than surface humanity, which enables them to access ancient technologies left behind by the “Builder Race.” This reminiscent of the claims made by Edward Bulwer Lyton in his book, Vril: The Coming Race (1871), which had a powerful influence at the end of the 19th century.

Lyton’s book depicted a subterranean human race that could harness the Vril Force to use highly advanced technologies. Lyton’s book contributed to the rise of the German Vril Society and the eventual formation of the first secret space program in the 20th century. This historic process is outlined by Goode in an earlier email interview, and discussed in more detail in the new book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.

If Goode’s report of his most recent Secret Space Program meeting is accurate, then surface humanity will eventually openly interact with its subterranean ancestors. There will be many controversial issues to navigate, and past conflicts to resolve, as we all learn about a much richer and complex human history than anything previously imagined.

Full ET disclosure plan involves document dumps & whistleblowers coming forward

Secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode has revealed in detail the goal of an alliance of secret space programs concerning disclosure of extraterrestrial life and technology. Goode describes the goal as a “full disclosure event’ involving massive document dumps on a scale that overwhelms the corporate run media’s ability to spin and limit disclosure efforts to protect elite individuals being exposed for crimes against humanity. Goode appeals to other whistleblowers to come forward, as he has, to reveal their knowledge of secret space programs.

From June 5-9, Goode attended a series of three meetings between different factions and alliances concerning how much to disclose about the truth of extraterrestrial visitors and secret space programs using advanced technologies. During his June 9 meeting with human elites he describes as the “Committee of 200” and others, an offer was made for a “controlled disclosure”:

They stated that they had been forced through generations of mind control and threats to do all of the things that they had done. They further stated that they would prefer to work with the Alliances in setting up a new financial system that was fair to all of humanity and to begin a controlled disclosure that would not expose certain crimes and incidents that would incriminate them in their life time…. Taking all of that in consideration they proposed that a plan be agreed on that allowed the release of certain information and technologies while withholding the majority of information for a 50 year time period.

This “controlled disclosure” offer has led to concerns and questions about the kind of disclosure that is being planned by the “Secret Space Program Alliance” that Goode is working with. In his June 15 response to one of these questions, he explained the goal:

A full disclosure event would consist of a major data dump on the Internet with many hundreds of thousands of document, audio and video files on multiple mirrored sites for everyone to have access to. There would be a collapse of the corporate media machine and a 24/7 television and radio education campaign would be initiated .Not all channels and stations would be co-opted so people are not overwhelmed and could “tune out” as they needed to due to the stress.

He then explains what a “partial” or “controlled disclosure” event, such as the November 2015 offer by the Committee of 200, would entail:

If a person or group go public and reveal the existence of ET visitation and some advanced technologies, but not technologies that would collapse a “New Financial System” or reveal the crimes against humanity that have been perpetrated by the “Human Elite” and certain “Off World” or “Ancient Break Away Groups” then you have not been told the whole truth.

That would be a partial disclosure where the narrative has been controlled by a group preserving their power and avoiding the release of their crimes. The majority of the world would be shocked by this information alone and it would occupy their imaginations for some time. Very few of us at the current moment would realize that this was just another deception.

Goode then went on to appeal to other whistleblowers to come forward:

That is why some of us are disclosing what we are now so that other whistle blowers will come forward when they see it is safe to do so.

Secret Space Program Conferences discuss full disclosure & humanity’s future

Secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode (aka GoodETxSG) claims he has just completed three diplomatic conferences with representatives of different secret space programs, human looking extraterrestrial visitors and global elites. The purpose of the conferences held from June 5-7 were to find how each of these groups would respectively respond to the disclosures soon to occur where humanity learns about the existence of extraterrestrial life and secret space programs; and where a new global financial system replaces the current exploitative one that leads to ‘financial slavery’ for many. In Corey’s responses to questions about the three conferences (see below), he explains each in terms of where they took place, who was attending, the way each conference was organized, its agenda, outcome, and what his own role was in attending these conferences.

Corey has already given a report of his June 7 meetings and a detailed report of his June 9 meeting, but not of his June 5 meeting. He has described how he was taken to each of the conference meetings in the early morning hours where a blue sphere or orb would appear in his home and physically transport him to each location. He describes the sphere as belonging to a recently arrived group extraterrestrial visitors called the “Sphere Being Alliance” that are facilitating major global and solar system changes as a result of transformative cosmic energies coming into our region of the galaxy. Corey describes the key role of one of Sphere Alliance’s representatives in the meetings, “Raw-Tear-Eir,” who is a Blue Avian, one of five extraterrestrial races making up the Sphere Alliance.

The June 5 meeting took place at “Lunar Operations Command,” on the far side of the moon, and was with the “SSP Alliance Council” which he describes as “a tenuous alliance of leaders who have cliques and sub-factions that do not completely trust one another.” Most members are from the Solar Warden Space program, with others made up from defectors from the Interplanetary Corporation Conglomerate (ICC), members of the “Dark Fleet” caught within a solar system wide quarantine imposed by the Sphere Being Alliance, and others from smaller rogue military space programs (for descriptions of the different SSPs, click here). Corey describes how information about U.S. government personal file was recently collected and will be used in upcoming war crime trials where the “defectors” will testify. This was especially significant given that on June 4, it was announced that the personnel files of four million U.S. government employees had been hacked. The incident was blamed on China.

The June 7 meeting involved representatives of up to 60 different humanoid extraterrestrial races with their own distinct interests about the Earth’s future. Corey clarifies that he is the delegate representing the Sphere Being Alliance, and therefore given a delegates place at the meeting where he can listen to all that transpires through the delegates chair which has universal translator type technology where all that is said and heard is translated. Other sitting in non-delegate chair, such as the SSP Alliance Council representative, Lt Col Gonzales, do not know what is said, and rely on Corey to report back to them.

Corey describes the June 9 conference and elaborates on some of the issues arising from his detailed report about it. He describes the Committee of 200 and other groups representing elite interests on Earth as attempting to stall, distract or manufacture violent conflicts that will enable them to prevent future disclosures about Secret Space programs and extraterrestrial life. These global elites appear most concerned about being exposed and tried in future Nuremberg-like war crimes trials.

The issues discussed at the three diplomatic conferences Corey Goode claims he attended from June 5-9 are astounding in their implications. If he has accurately reported what occurred, then humanity is about to witness the most remarkable set of disclosures about extraterrestrial life and secret space programs imaginable. The scope of these programs, and the crimes committed in them, will lead to war crimes that dwarf those conducted at Nuremberg, and will usher enormous global changes at a political, technological and economic levels.

While some cite lack of documents and hard evidence in support of Corey’s claims as reason to dismiss them, my own investigations of the claims of whistleblowers and extraterrestrial contactees suggest another approach. Carl Sagan’s dictum “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” is not sensible when it comes to the claims of whistleblowers and contactees simply because their revelations typically involve national security topics that are highly classified. This historically has made it illegal for evidence of these topics to be publicly circulated, thereby making it almost impossible to confirm such claims.

A more appropriate research dictum to apply to Corey’s claims is “extraordinary claims require an extraordinary investigation.” That requires keeping an open mind as we analyze Corey’s claims; consider personal factors such as his sincerity, commitment and consistency; circumstantial evidence; look for documentary and hard evidence, interview supporting witnesses such as Lt Col Gonzales, and analyze any documents that emerge that may be part of the promised massive document dump that Corey had described as accompanying the “full disclosure event.”

Whistleblower reveals multiple secret space programs concerned about new alien visitors

A new whistleblower has appeared that is creating quite a stir in the UFO and exopolitics communities due to his claims of having worked with a number of secret space programs; and, more recently, having become a contactee with a powerful new group of extraterrestrials that have entered our solar system.

Using the online pseudonym GoodETxSG, the whistleblower (who announced yesterday that his first name is Corey and that he will soon end his anonymity) has described in interviews and posts on two major online forums his former covert background with a number of secret space programs run by various military, corporate and earlier human civilizations. He says that contrary to widespread perceptions in the UFO research community of a single secret space program belonging to a breakaway civilization, that there are in fact up to ten breakaway civilizations indigenous to Earth.

Each of these breakaway civilizations, according to GoodETxSG/Corey has their own secret space program. He says that there are currently three major secret space programs belonging to various national and international entities on Earth. One of these is a large corporate entity similar to what was described in the movie Avatar. The other two are multinational covert space programs that are similar to NATO in their manner of operations and activities. In addition, he says that there are between 5-7 secret space programs belonging to earlier breakaway civilizations on Earth including Nazi Germany, and another dating as far back as an astounding 500,000 years ago!

Adding another level of complexity to what is really happening with the various secret space programs, GoodETxSG says that off-world extraterrestrial civilizations interact or collaborate with one or more of these secret space programs. In a comment responding to the claims of another alleged whistleblower from a secret space program, Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye), GoodETxSG summarized the complex situation:

There are many who have been a part of the 3 Separate Secret Space Programs that are independent of the Secret Earth Governments (One of which is a powerful Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate that owns most of the Mars Bases). There are also 5-7 “Ancient Earth Break Away Civilizations” that have Bases here on Earth. All of the groups mentioned above are “Allied” with various and different “Off World Entities’ and “UN Type Federations” both with the “Human Like ET’s” and the “Non-Human ET’s” (All with DIFFERENT AGENDA’s). There is also a “Shadow Civil War” going on among some of these Secret Space Programs and their “Off World Allies” to end control of the Secret Earth Governments using the “Babylonian Money Magic Slave System” to control Earth Humanity.

A significant point concerning security in GoodETxSG’s postings is that concerning the threat posed by artificial intelligence. According GoodETxSG, artificial intelligence (AI) has been developed by multiple extraterrestrial civilizations that have created synthetic AI humanoids, only to have them turn against their creators in a manner similar to what was depicted in the remake of the television series, Battlestar Galactica. Consequently, all secret space programs have created security procedures to identify individuals displaying evidence of AI influence.

As a last resort, individuals trained as intuitive empaths were employed to identify AI influence as well as any form of deception. This was the main job that GoodETxSG says he performed during his 20 year tour of duty.

More recently, GoodETxSG claims that up to 100 spherical ships have entered our solar system possessing technology far in advance to anything used by the different secret space programs and their respective extraterrestrial allies. GoodETxSG says that extraterrestrials from this “Sphere Alliance,” have been physically contacting him and other private individuals to disclose information about major new events that will profoundly change life on Earth. He says that this Sphere Alliance is assisting humanity in breaking free of the control exerted by powerful elite organizations on Earth, what he calls the “Babylonian Money Magic Slave System.”

GoodETxSG’s claims that he and 70 other private citizens were recently taken to a secret space location for an “Alliance Conference” where along with about 120 others representing the different secret space programs, the “Sphere Alliance” revealed some of their plans. Among the extraterrestrials from this alliance who interacted with the conference delegates, according to GoodETxSG is a “Blue Avian” race up to 8 feet tall, and a taller 10 foot thin golden brown being with triangular head and blue eyes. The Sphere Alliance apparently is intent on helping bring about full disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

GoodETxSG has been sharing his information with David Wilcock who apparently vetted GoodETxSG with other confidential sources and found him to be credible. Wilcock has subsequently incorporated GoodETxSG’s testimony into a number of public presentations attempting to outline the full complexity of issues concerning secret space programs and visiting extraterrestrial life. Wilcock is a major proponent of the idea that extraterrestrial disclosure is imminent due to the collapse of the elite control system that has been in place for centuries. He accepts GoodETxSG’s information as validation for his optimistic pro-disclosure position. Before offering my own evaluation of GoodETxSG’s claims, it’s good to review what is known about his recent public activities.

GoodETxSG first became widely known because of two audio interviews he did that were initially promoted through the Project Avalon forum in Oct 2014. He previously had been a long time member of Project Avalon where he had shared personal information, but not his covert background in various secret space programs. That changed in Sept 2014 when he consented to do an informal sit down conversation with a Project Avalon member on behalf of the forum’s founder Bill Ryan. The conversation was intended to be used solely for Ryan’s personal research but GoodETxSG was persuaded to have it published on Project Avalon with the proviso that all steps would be taken to keep his identity anonymous. While this introduced a wide audience to GoodETxSG’s experiences with different secret space programs, this ultimately led to his identity being exposed on the forum, and ultimately a break with Ryan and Project Avalon. Currently GoodETxSG’s is posting on a new forum, “The One Truth,” where he is answering questions and informing members of new developments. He also has a website which has much of the information he has shared on the two forums.

How credible is GoodETxSG? According to Wilcock, GoodETxSG’s testimony is consistent with multiple other insider sources discussing secret space program and extraterrestrial life. In my own database of whistleblowers, contactees, leaked documents and breaking news on the secret space program(s), I have found nothing awry in GoodETxSG’s claims. His claim of separate space programs is consistent with Randy Cramer’s claims that he served with the Earth Defense Force (a multinational alliance) for 17 years on Mars to defend five civilian bases belonging to the Mars Colony Corporation. In his alleged 17 years on Mars, Cramer claims he never once ventured into the Mars Colony Corporation facilities, even for R & R. That appeared strange to me when I first heard of it. That degree of formal separation between military and corporate bases on Mars, however, supports GoodETxSG’s claims of separate space programs.

GoodETxSG claims that he served a 20 year tour of service with the secret space program(s) before being age-regressed back to a time shortly after his duty began. Essentially this allowed him to live a 20 year time-span twice. Also, his memories were wiped or “blank-slated” and GoodETxSG, now a civilian, was encouraged not to rejoin any military service in case that triggered memory recall of his prior 20 year service. This is consistent with the claims of Michael Relfe (The Mars Record) and Randy Cramer (Earth Defense Force) who say they went through a similar security process.

Furthermore, GoodET discusses 22 ET races that have genetically intervened with the human genome. They comprise a UN Type Federation of “Off World” beings interested in humanity. This is consistent with the testimony of the ‘contactee’ Alex Collier who claims that extraterrestrials from Andromeda had revealed to him that a total of 22 extraterrestrials races provided the genetic material for humanity:

In a nut shell, we are a composite of a lot of different races, 22 to be exact. It is a physiological fact that there are 22 different body types on the planet. And that is the result of the extraterrestrial races.

While there has been no concrete evidence offered to corroborate the testimony of GoodETxSG, his claims are consistent with those of other whistleblowers and/or contactees on a number of significant issues. It’s clear from anyone viewing the extensive postings and commentary by GoodETxSG, that he sincerely believes that his claims are based on truthful events and experiences. Nevertheless, it is always possible for an individual to sincerely pass on implanted memories as truthful testimony even though they have been fabricated to serve the agenda of one or more shadowy intelligence corporate organizations,

In the original 1962 film, Manchurian Candidate, mind controlled military personnel were given false memories and programmed to act in ways that served the interests of shadowy entities behind the scenes. Project MKUltra was exposed to be a real CIA mind control program by the 1976 Church Senate Committee that targeted thousands of individuals. Mind control through the use of false implanted memories would over the decades have become even more sophisticated with the development of more powerful computers. It’s possible or even likely that implanted memories have been used for those that have previously served in secret space programs and undergone a blank slate mind control experience when reverting to civilian life. This would enable former covert space operatives, now working as private civilians, to continue to be of use in any psychological warfare operations against the US or world public. It’s important to point out that the Edward Snowden NSA document leaks confirm that online covert operatives have indeed been used to subvert the public about the UFO issue.

Different mind control techniques used on former secret space program personnel does not mean that ALL recovered memories are false or compromised. Individuals may be programmed to release genuine information along with disinformation as a means of an agency fulfilling an agenda that evolves with time. It’s also possible that former secret space program personal have been able to successfully remove most if not all implanted memories or mind programming. It’s worth mentioning that in the cases of Michael Relfe and Randy Cramer, both underwent years of extensive deprogramming to remove signs of mind control, and get to the truth of their experiences.

At this stage, it’s vital to separate GoodETxSG’s claims of 20 years service with multiple space programs with his more recent claims of being an extraterrestrial contactee. Importantly, the latter experiences from his public statements so far, provide information about current off-world events that can be corroborated by others attending the alleged “Sphere Alliance” conferences. If 70 private individuals attended the same event, it can be expected that some will soon also go public and offer their versions of what happened. Significantly, there does not appear to be any mind control involved in GoodETxSG’s claimed contact experiences. If confirmed by others stepping forward, his contactee experiences will support the validity of his claimed earlier experiences with secret space programs.

Researchers need to be very cautious when examining testimony of whistleblowers that have been subjected to mind control as a standard security measure during their alleged service in one or more secret space programs. GoodETxSG/Corey may very well be one of the most significant whistleblowers ever to come forward with his claims of twenty years service with multiple secret space programs if confirmation can be found. His current revelations about an alien “Sphere Alliance” may be even more significant if events transpire as he suggests, and also offer a means of confirming his alleged prior covert service. At the moment it’s important to keep an open mind while remaining cautious when examining the full extent of GoodETxSG’s/Corey’s claims concerning multiple secret space programs, and their reactions to a powerful new group of visiting extraterrestrials supportive of full disclosure.

Did space aliens kill President Kennedy?

A new book on UFOs and U.S. Presidents has created quite a stir with sensational headlines about an alien connection to the JFK assassination by several mainstream U.S. news media sources. The New York Post led the charge on March 22 with the headline: “Aliens killed Kennedy! And other wild tales of UFOs vs. the USA.” The Business Standard followed up today with the headline: “Aliens planned John F. Kennedy’s assassination, claims author.” So did space aliens really kill President Kennedy?

The headlines derive from Larry Holcombe’s new book, The Presidents and UFOs: A Secret History from FDR to Obama. In it Holcomb covers the history of how U.S. Presidents have responded to the UFO issue. Holcomb cites a number of FOIA documents and leaked “Majestic” documents in presenting his history. The chapter on President Kennedy is what got mainstream media attention. Here is how the New York Post summarized Holcombe’s views:

Holcombe cites a classified CIA communication from the Kennedy era that reads, in part, “when conditions become nonconductive for growth in our environment and Washington cannot be influenced any further . . . it should be ‘wet.’ ” Since “wet” was Soviet code for “assassination,” Holcombe thinks this could be CIA code for a plot to kill Kennedy. Why? He was considering telling the world that aliens existed, of course.

The classified CIA document is known among UFO researchers as the “Burned Memo”, and has generated much interest since first made available by Dr Robert Wood and Ryan Wood on their Majestic.com website. The “Burned Memo” does indicate that a mysterious committee called the MJ-12 Special Studies group was setting policy on how to respond to President Kennedy’s efforts to get access to classified UFOs. The “Burned Memo” contains eight directives – the last of which was an assassination directive called “Project Environment.”

The 2013 book, Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’s Assassination goes into length about the membership of MJ-12 and the timeline behind the drafting of the Burned Memo. Kennedy’s Last Stand asserts that the CIA’s head of counterintelligence, James Jesus Angleton, orchestrated the JFK assassination on behalf of the directives issued by the MJ-12 Group. Kennedy’s Last Stand identifies the most likely members of the MJ-12 committee at the time the Burned Memo was drafted. All were prominent military and civilian officials – none of whom appeared to be space aliens. So the New York Post article doesn’t appear to be correct in making the case that space aliens were responsible for Kennedy’s assassination.

However, before dismissing any alien involvement in the Kennedy assassination, one needs to consider the full implications of what President Obama said on March 12 on Jimmy Kimmel Live. In response to Kimmel’s question about how he would seek to gain access to UFO files and Area 51 if he were president, Obama said:

The aliens won’t let it happen. You’d reveal all their secrets. They exercise strict control over us.

While Obama’s comments were widely interpreted as a joke by most mainstream media, it’s important to mention that only a month earlier, John Podesta, Obama’s counselor for energy policy and the environment said that his biggest failure for 2014 was: “Once again not securing the #disclosure of the UFO files.”

Podesta’s frank admission of failure was interpreted as evidence that there exist powerful government and/or corporate forces enforcing UFO secrecy. Obama’s comments on Jimmy Kimmel Live raises another possibility. Space aliens themselves, at least some of them, play a key role in maintaining UFO secrecy.

Podesta’s frustration over the inability of the Obama administration to gain access to classified UFO files was almost certainly shared by President Obama. Podesta’s statement now makes clear the full context of Obama’s space alien comments on Jimmy Kimmel live. His comment that space aliens “exercise strict control over us” was no joke. He was making an important admission about who was ultimately in control when it comes to gaining access to classified UFO files.

If space aliens were responsible for blocking the Obama’s administration’s access to classified UFO then it stands to reason that they played a similar role during the Kennedy administration. Kennedy’s interest in UFO files started during World War 2 when he witnessed captured Nazi technologies, some of which were UFOs, is discussed in Kennedy’s Last Stand. A new Kickstarter film project that goes into more detail on Kennedy’s knowledge of Nazi UFOs, reverse engineering captured UFOs and alien life is planned to be released on Nov 22, the 52^nd anniversary of the JFK assassination.

The New York Post and Business Standard headlines on aliens and the JFK assassination may appear to be outlandish. Yet when one examines all the available evidence on President Kennedy’s knowledge of classified UFOs and Obama’s recent comments, it may not be that outlandish after all. Space aliens, at least some of them, may have played a key role in the Kennedy Assassination.

Obama White House denied access to UFO files

John Podesta’s candid admission on Feb 13, his last day as Counselor to President Obama, that his biggest failure was to secure disclosure of UFO files raises many questions. The dominant response by the mainstream media has been to ignore questions of who, what, why a senior White House advisor was denied access to UFO files, and focus instead on Podesta’s long history of a fascination with the X-Files TV series. The Washington Post, UPI, The Hill, etc., have all made Podesta’s admission on Twitter a personal issue about his X-Files fascination, rather a serious policy issue concerning information denied to the White House.

For those that missed it, here’s what Podesta said on Friday:

my biggest failure of 2014: Once again not securing the #disclosure of the UFO files.

The Washington Post’s Al Kamen wrote in response:

Podesta was a major fan of the “X-Files” television show. Our colleague Karen Tumulty asked him in 2007 about the FOIA jam at the library, and Podesta, through a spokesman, replied: “The truth is out there.” That’s the show’s tag line.

Amy Connolly of UPI writes: “In a nod to the long-running television show The X-Files, Podesta, who has had a longtime fascination with all things extraterrestrial, tweeted using hashtag #thetruthisstilloutthere.”

The Hill’s Julian Hattem writes:

John Podesta’s biggest regret on leaving the White House is not proving Fox Mulder right… The humorous tweet about his time in office came in a list of his top 10 moments over the last year,

Here are just a few who, what, why questions the above writers didn’t bother asking.

Podesta’s admission came on his White House Twitter feed while he was discussing initiatives related to his official responsibility of overseeing climate change and energy policy for the White House. Did Podesta attempt to gain access to classified UFO files possessed by one or more government entities due to its relevance to his official duties?

His admission suggests that UFO information has relevance to climate change and/or energy policy. If so, does that mean that UFOs are indeed interplanetary spacecraft that use energy sources far more advanced than anything offered by the fossil fuel industry?

If UFO information has relevance to energy policy, then why wasn’t Podesta able to gain access despite having all the power of the White House behind him? What government entity can deny access to information requested by a senior advisor to a sitting President in the performance of his official duties?

Thankfully, there are some in mainstream media willing to explore such questions. CNET writer Chris Matyszczyk asks:

Is it possible that both the president and Podesta know more than they (are allowed to) let on? If your answer is yes, that leaves us to speculate on why they’re not revealing it. Is it because we’d be frightened? Or is it because our belief systems would become so displaced that what remains of our social cohesion would dissolve?

These are just a few of the more obvious who, what, why questions raised by Podesta’s admission. Unfortunately, much of the mainstream media isn’t asking them because it is treating his admission as wry X-Files humor. We are basically being told that the Twitter revelation of a senior White House advisor is not something to take seriously.

Podesta’s involvement in a number of earlier attempts to learn the truth about classified UFO files points to a different conclusion. He was very serious. As a counselor to President Obama, with all the power that position conveys, he was still unable to pierce the veil of secrecy surrounding classified UFO files.

Podesta’s earlier involvement in a failed attempt by the Clinton administration to gain access to classified UFO files is well documented. FOIA documents gained by Canadian UFO researcher Grant Cameron detail a timeline involving President Clinton and Hillary Clinton seeking information from deceased billionaire Laurence Rockefeller on the topic. Strategies were developed for how the Clinton White House could gain access.

Podesta was involved in one of these strategies. The passage of Executive Order 12958 aimed at streamlining declassification of thousands of national security files, and involving the White House in the process. The goal was to shake loose some of the classified files hidden away in the national security archives of various U.S. government entities and corporate contractors and see if any could cast light on the UFO phenomenon. Podesta became Chief of Staff to Clinton, yet despite all the power available to him then, and to the President himself, access to UFO files was denied.

If a sitting President and his most senior advisors can’t access UFO related information relevant to policies being developed, then who is the real power behind the throne? Surely that’s a question worth a serious investigation by the Fourth Estate.

Hawaii welcomes diplomatic relations with space aliens

Hawaii is not traditionally thought of as a center for major diplomacy, but that may soon change if space visitors land in a remote area of Hawaii’s Big Island according to the Wall Street Journal. Appearing on the front page of the Feb 4 edition was an article titled, “How Space Aliens Could Advance Cause of Hawaiian Independence,” Alejandro Lazo discussed the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary created to welcome space aliens, and its impact on Hawaii’s growing sovereign independence movement.

Preparing to welcome space aliens to Earth is not as farfetched as it seems. In September 2014, NASA and the Library of Congress held a symposium titled “Preparing for Discovery”, where the likelihood of extraterrestrial life being discovered was widely regarded as inevitable. Last week, the Astrobiology Magazine released an article where the symposium convener, Professor Steven Dick, was interviewed in his official capacity of NASA/Library of Congress Chair of Astrobiology. Dick shared his thoughts on his position, the symposium, and the implications of discovering alien life and making contact:

It’s very farsighted for NASA to fund a position like this…. They have all their programs in astrobiology, they fund the scientists, but here they fund somebody to think about what the implications might be. It’s a good idea to do this, to foresee what might happen before it occurs.

NASA and the Library of Congress have a rival in preparing for the discovery and making contact with extraterrestrial life. Lazo’s Wall Street Journal article covered the genesis of the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary, and reactions to the idea of a creating a landing place for space aliens. Lazo interviewed Dr Seth Shostak, senior astronomer for the Center for SETI Research who was skeptical:

In terms of any of this making any sense, of course it doesn’t. If you had the technology to fly yourself to another planet, to visit another star system in our galaxy, I think the last of your concerns would be finding a flat, ready-made landing strip.

Shestak’s response misses the point. Space aliens seeking to land on Earth would certainly not have a shortage of landing options, but clearly would have a desire to be welcomed rather than shot at. Currently, no government on Earth has developed a clear policy where they would officially welcome alien visitors who peacefully appear in the skies.

The closest we have come was back on Dec 20, 2007, when Japan’s Defense Minister, Shigeru Ishiba, made a statement in response to a parliamentary question of how the Defense Force would respond to UFOs appearing in Japanese airspace. Ishiba said that official defense policy was that if no hostile intent was displayed, the Japanese Defense Force would not militarily engage with the space visitors. Ishiba’s statement is one of the few public policy statements released on possible responses to extraterrestrial visitors by a major nation. Unfortunately, his statement was widely ridiculed by the international media and did not result in an official policy being developed by Japan

In contrast, representatives of the Lawful Hawaiian Government took up the issue, and went ahead in issuing a declaration officially welcoming star visitors to sovereign land it controls. On June 27, 2014, land was officially dedicated by Lawful Hawaiian Government representatives including its Minister for the Interior, Naliko Markel. Later, a document setting out protocols for extraterrestrial contact was approved by Lawful Hawaiian Government representatives. At the Lawful Hawaiian Government’s annual congressional convention held in January 2015, both documents concerning the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary were officially presented and included in the official parliamentary record. Both the Prime Minister, Henry Noa, and Foreign Minister, Nelson Armitage, subsequently gave interviews in which they expressed their support of the initiative by Big Island representatives to welcome star visitors to Hawaii.

What is going to happen now? No one knows for sure. As Lazo writes, “so far, curious Earthlings are the only outsiders who have turned up.” But that can quickly change if space aliens accept the welcome by the Lawful Hawaiian Government. Lazo is correct that if aliens do accept, that would give a boost to Hawaii’s sovereign independence movement, Not only would Hawaii become a major center for diplomacy at a galactic level, but humanity would get a giant boost to the stars!

Humans on Mars: Obama makes pledge in State of the Union

President Obama pledged to land humans on Mars in last night’s State of the Union speech. In a show of his commitment he arranged to have astronaut Scott Kelly in the audience.

Kelly is scheduled to spend a year in the International Space Station. Kelly’s mission is vital for a future manned mission to Mars given the three years or so for a round trip.

Last month, we launched a new spacecraft as part of a re-energized space program that will send American astronauts to Mars. In two months, to prepare us for those missions, Scott Kelly will begin a year-long stay in space.

Republicans and Democrats all stood to give Kelly a standing ovation after Obama’s introduction.

On Dec. 5, 2014, NASA successfully tested its Orion spacecraft which will be used for manned missions to Mars. The Orion will be launched on top of NASA’s new heavy lift rocket, the Space Launch System which is scheduled to be ready by 2018. The Space Launch System is planned to become NASA’s most powerful rocket launch vehicle ever, surpassing the Saturn V rockets used for the Apollo missions five decades ago.

Back in April 2010, President Obama gave a speech at the Kennedy Space Center where he revealed his plan to get humans to Mars by 2035. “I expect to be around to see it,” Obama told NASA employees.

NASA is not the only U.S. organization planning to put humans on Mars. Elon Musk’s Space-X is also planning to develop sufficiently powerful rockets and spacecraft for the long trip Mars.

“The reason SpaceX was created was to accelerate development of rocket technology, all for the goal of establishing a self-sustaining, permanent base on Mars,” Musk told an audience back in May 2014. Musk plans to develop a Falcon Heavy Lift rocket, the most powerful rocket since the Saturn V that will be used for manned missions to Mars.

If all goes well for NASA and Space X, sometime within the next decade or two, humans will be taken to Mars. The first human landing on Mars will be a historic global event, rivaling the first moon landing. Or will it? Ardent conspiracy theorists argue that humans have already landed on Mars.

Alleged whistleblowers have come forward over the last few years claiming to have traveled to a secret colony on Mars using different classified travel technologies. Among the more recent is ‘Captain Kaye’, who claims to have spent 17 years on a Mars military base after being taken there by a spacecraft belonging to a classified space fleet. Another alleged whistleblower, Andrew Basiago, an attorney based in Washington state, claims to have been teleported to a secret Mars base after being recruited into a classified program called Project Pegasus.

Without concrete evidence to support extraordinary claims of a secret human colony already on Mars, there has been heated controversy. Is there a secret space fleet already ferrying humans to Mars; or advanced teleportation technologies for instantaneous travel there?

One thing we can be sure of from the Edward Snowden NSA leaks, intelligence agencies are very skilled in hiding highly classified programs through compartmentalization. Documents confirm that the NSA and its partners train operatives to use covert forms of online deception to lead the public away from the truth.

For President Obama, his immediate challenge is to convince the Republican controlled Congress that putting humans on Mars is a policy worth funding.

coffin on Mars

RT News today ran a story about what appears to be a coffin on Mars filmed by NASA’s Curiosity Rover. The coffin-like object is rectangular and very symmetrical, with smooth edges and curves. Its color is different to nearby rocks. According to a Dec. 28, UFO Sightings Daily report the object is a coffin made of stone designed to “stand the test of time.” The original Curiosity Rover image was taken on Oct 10, 2012 (Sol 64) and can be independently viewed on NASA’s JPL website. Clearly, the image is not photoshopped suggesting either a remarkable symmetrical rock formation, or an actual ancient coffin laying intact on the Martian surface.

The coffin like object was first identified by Youtube user, Will Farrar (aka WhatsUpInTheSky37) who wrote in his description:

This little box sure does look like a modern coffin concrete liner. As well as the stonework on the back part of the hill that looks like stairs or some left over stonework from some old civilizations constructions.

Scott Waring from UFO Sightings agrees and adds:

This stone object looks like a coffin. Coffins are made to stand the test of time, but this one is made from a stone like substance. What would it take to get NASA to turn the rover around and examine the contents of this box? It looks to be about one meter across and a foot and a half wide and high.

RT News raises the possibility that the object may be an example of Pareidolia which is described as “a psychological phenomenon of noticing a significant pattern in unexpected places.”

The highly symmetrical nature of the coffin-like object, however, suggests that this is not simply a case of Pareidolia. It’s highly unlikely though, that Curiosity Rover will investigate further an anomaly captured on film over two years ago. Judging from public reaction so far, many believe that the Curiosity Rover image is evidence of an artificially created object from a past Martian civilization. If the object is a coffin, then it is a good metaphor for the fate of NASA’s decades-long policy of covering up evidence of extraterrestrial life.

NASA reverses itself on methane and possible life on Mars

Yesterday was a good day for those proposing that extraterrestrial life currently exists on Mars. In a Dec. 16 paper published in the journal Science, NASA says that significant methane levels were detected by the Curiosity Rover over a two month period suggesting that “Mars is episodically producing methane from an … unknown source.” The “unknown source”, as a number of mainstream media articles were quick to point out given what is known about the creation of methane, may be extraterrestrial life, The New York Times published an article titled, “’A Great Moment’: Rover finds Clue that Mars May Harbor Life,” The Guardian wrote “Methane ‘spikes’ fuel speculation of life on Mars.” ScientificAmerican used as its subtitle: “New results suggest evidence for extraterrestrial life could be near at hand.” This is not the first time that NASA has released scientific data pointing to life on Mars. On previous occasions, NASA scientists argued over the results. Judging from the number of authors to the Dec. 16 paper, there appears to be rare unanimity. Are we on the verge of a major NASA announcement that reveals life has been found on Mars?

The New York Times pointed out that NASA’s announcement is a major reversal on the position it reached only a year earlier :

“the new findings … are a 180-degree flip from a year ago, when mission scientists said that Curiosity had found no signs of methane,”

The Curiosity Rover also found carbon-based organic molecules the significance of which the New York Times explained from comments given at a News Conference by NASA scientists at the American Geophysical Union:

The scientists also reported that for the first time, they had confirmed the presence of carbon-based organic molecules in a rock sample. The so-called organics are not direct signs of life, past or present, but they lend weight to the possibility that Mars had the ingredients required for life, and may even still have them.

NASA’s announcement is good news for scientists that have claimed that previous scientific data from Mars suggested that life exists there in the form of microbes. The most famous was the “Labeled Release” experiment from the 1976 Viking mission that obtained positive results for evidence of Martian life. The experiment’s designer, Dr Gilbert Levin, thought the results clearly indicated Martian life, but he was not supported by the NASA administration. In a 2012 reassessment of Gilbert’s experiment, he was finally supported by an independent team of scientists who concluded:

The only extraterrestrial life detection experiments ever conducted were the three which were components of the 1976 Viking Mission to Mars. Of these, only the Labeled Release experiment obtained a clearly positive response…. We have applied complexity analysis to the Viking LR data….We conclude that the complexity pattern seen in active experiments strongly suggests biology while the different pattern in the control responses is more likely to be non-biological….These analyses support the interpretation that the Viking LR experiment did detect extant microbial life on Mars.

More controversial are the claims by Richard Hoover, a former NASA senior scientist who claims that in 2004, the Mars Rover, Opportunity photographed what clearly looked like the fossilized remains of a crinoid, a marine animal that looks like a sea lily. Hoover showed it to colleagues who immediately recognized the object as a crinoid. However, rather than examine the exciting possibility that Opportunity had photographed the fossilized remains of a living organism, Hoover said that less than four hours after taking the photo, Opportunity’s rock abrasion tool ground the area where the possible fossil lay into dust. He asked David McKay, the former chief astrobiologist at the Johnson Space Center, why this had been done. The response Hoover received was less than satisfactory.

Gilbert’s and Hoover’s experiences suggest that there are those at a senior level in the NASA administration that have in the past deliberately prevented evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars being accepted, and even destroyed. This makes NASA’s reversal of its previous conclusions of methane levels on Mars significant, as is the emphasis that the New York Times gives to NASA’s recent backtracking. Has NASA changed its policy on releasing evidence of life of Mars?

Possible support for a recent policy shift can be construed from no less than NASA administrator Charles Bolden who made a surprising statement about life on Mars in an Oct. 9 interview in London:

People always ask the question ‘Why Mars?’ Several reasons: One, Mars is very Earth-like, or least used to be Earth-like. It is a planet, a sister planet to Earth. It is the most likely planet in our solar system, um, that had life at one time… may have life now, and we feel can definitely sustain life.

Was this merely a coincidence, or was Bolden preparing the world public for some surprising future announcement regarding life on Mars? NASA may be simply driven by new scientific data gained by the Curiosity Rover as the Dec. 16 Science article suggests. Alternatively, it may be that there has been a recent policy shift in the higher echelons of NASA, and it is poised to release data finally confirming that life, at least in the form of primitive microbes, does currently exist on Mars.

Futuristic Airbus design mimics antigravity UFO

Airbus has filed a new patent for a UFO-like airplane that looks like something right out of a Sci Fi movie. RT today described the radical Airbus design as a “bagel plane” where passengers sit in a ring. The Financial Times, which was the first to announce the new design in a November 16 story, reported that the UFO-like shape addresses key structural problems faced by aircraft engineers for cylindrical designs. Will the new Airbus design use a traditional propulsion system such as aviation fuel that is currently the standard for civilian aircraft? The UFO-like design makes more sense if Airbus was preparing for an innovative future propulsion system for the aviation industry – antigravity!

The Airbus Patent application says that the design attempts to address the structural problems created by cylindrical shaped aircraft with have to deal with huge air pressures at the front and back:

The present invention proposes an aircraft wherein the structure delimiting passenger cabin extends over 360 degrees around a space defined outside structure. The invention allows structure to be more resistant to loads induced by the cabin pressurization, while allowing to reduce or even to avoid the need for a sealed bottom ….

Avoiding “a sealed bottom” leads to one of the most radical differences with conventional aircraft as the Financial Times describes regarding the “flying doughnut”: “Diagrams in the patent application show passengers entering the aircraft through steps leading up to doors arranged around the hole in the doughnut’s middle.”

Aviation experts are skeptical that the UFO-like design is feasible. Loren Thompson from the Lexington Institute told the Financial Times: “I’ve never seen anyone suggest anything like this in a heavier-than-air system,” Thompson’s skepticism is understandable given current fuel propulsion systems for the aviation industry. So is there an alternative propulsion system that might make the Airbus design feasible?

Classified antigravity technologies have been secretly developed by military-corporate entities, but kept from the public realm for over six decades. It was revealed in 1992, for example, that the B-2 Bomber used electrostatic charges on its leading wings and exhaust. According to aerospace experts, this was confirmation that the B-2 used electrogravitic principles based on the Biefeld-Brown Effect. The Biefeld-Brown Effect is based on the research of Thomas Townsend Brown who in 1928 gained a patent for his practical application of how high voltage electrostatic charges can reduce the weight of objects. The B-2 bomber employs sufficiently high voltages to significantly reduce its weight. This enables the B-2 and other classified antigravity vehicles to display flight characteristics that appear to defy conventional laws of physics.

In 2002, an internal Boeing project called “Gravity Research for Advanced Space Propulsion” (GRASP) was disclosed to the aerospace industry. A GRASP briefing document obtained by Jane’s Defense Weekly stated Boeing’s position: “If gravity modification is real, it will alter the entire aerospace business.”

According to a 2008 book by Dr Paul LaViolette, Secrets of Antigravity Technology, Boeing completed a separate classified study for the U.S. military of electrogravitic propulsion before October 2007. Boeing was rebuffed in its efforts to have such technology declassified and released into the public sector. The Airbus patent for a UFO-like “flying bagel” is the future of the aviation industry once antigravity technologies are declassified into the public arena. Perhaps on the insiders track, Airbus knows something we don’t, and is getting ready for a future when “flying bagels” fill the skies!

Hawaii lava flow to facilitate First Contact according to extraterrestrial message

On October 31, an alleged communication was released from an extraterrestrial group calling itself the Intergalactic Board of Council regarding the Puu Oo lava flow in the Puna region of the Big Island of Hawaii and its connection with First Contact. Major national news outlets have covered the lava flow which is poised to cut through the town of Pahoa, and flow soon after over Route 130, the major roadway connecting lower Puna to the rest of the Big Island. If the lava flow continues on to the ocean, which is a distinct possibility, the only access to the lower Puna region will eventually be through Chain of Craters road which is currently being rebuilt in case Puna is cut off. Chain of Craters road runs through the Volcano National Park which puts it under U.S. Federal jurisdiction in terms of who will have access into and out of lower Puna. This is a significant fact when it comes to the possibility that lower Puna will be a location where extraterrestrial First Contact will allegedly occur, making possible the creation of a model society for the rest of Hawaii, and the planet.

First it will be useful to explain a little about the Intergalactic Board of Council which has previously issued what it calls “communiques” through Gesanna, an individual chosen by the Council as their “oracle.” The October 31 communication is the 20th in series that began in early 2013, and is available for free on the website, Contact2Ascension.com. The messages have been psychically received by Gesanna, either through automatic writing or telepathic means. In a previous article I have commented on the importance and relevance of Gesanna’s communications which are worth considering, especially given what is happening with the Puu Oo lava flow and the changes it is bringing to the lower Puna region.

The October 31 Communique begins with Gesanna receiving information regarding the flow and how it will impact on her own home which is in the projected lava path. The communique claims that while a secret government cabal has been trying to influence the lava flow through technological means, the flow is essentially being directed by natural Earth changes, which for native Hawaiians is represented by Pele, goddess of volcanoes. The end result has been foreseen by the Intergalactic Board of Council as lower Puna being eventually cut off, and becoming an island within an island. This is where things become interesting since the Council claims that it will play a role in First Contact happening, and lower Puna becoming a model society for the rest of the planet to emulate as it sees fit.

It is worth pointing out that by “First Contact,” what is meant is that contact with extraterrestrial visitors occurs for a whole community, that is then able to transmit this information through modern communication technologies to the rest of the planet. While contact with extraterrestrials has been occurring since the Second World War era, this has always happened with select individuals that have been deliberately discredited, and/or secret government organizations that have kept such information highly classified. The planet’s population has been kept largely ignorant of these previous extraterrestrial contact events which are described in the book, Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET. Consequently, events predicted to occur in lower Puna represent a First Contact event that potentially impacts the whole planet.

The October 31 Communique also mentions other significant recent developments such as the creation of a Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary in the lower Puna area called Kalapana. The Intergalactic Board of Council says that the Sanctuary will be the primary location for First Contact to occur. What makes the Council’s message especially significant here is that the dedication and opening ceremony for the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary occurred on June 27, 2014. That very evening, some of the more than 200 people who attended the ceremony saw major flashes of light at the Puu Oo crater, which is a major vent of Kilauea Volcano. Those flashes of light were the start of the new lava flow currently affecting Puna which was named by the U.S. Geological Survey, the June 27 lava flow. This is a remarkable fact. It is more than coincidental that a major lava flow affecting the entire Puna region occurred the same day that a Sanctuary aiming to facilitate First Contact was dedicated and opened.

Significantly, the only access road into the lower Puna region, if and when it is cut off, Chain of Craters road, will be controlled by U.S. Federal Government authorities through the National Parks Service. This prediction really impressed me when reading the latest Intergalactic Board of Council communication. The National Park Service had indeed already announced that it will limit access to Chain of Crater’s road, once it is open, to lower Puna residents only. If First Contact was to occur in Kalapana, lower Puna, then it would be predictable that elements of the U.S. Government would want a means of exerting influence over what they would probably regard as an “experiment.”

If the Intergalactic Board of Council is correct in its predictions that lower Puna is destined to be cut off, and First Contact will occur there, then that will certainly create the conditions for a model society to be created. Such a society could indeed transform the rest of the Hawaiian Islands, and eventually the planet. Many of the predicted events in this latest Council communication are yet to happen, but it is worth keeping these in minds as the June 27 lava flow slowly winds its way to whatever its final destination. If the lava flow does indeed cut off lower Puna, and it becomes an island within an island, with remote access, then it would be feasible for extraterrestrials to make open contact for the first time with an entire community. First Contact would not only transform the people and area of lower Puna, but the rest of the planet.

It is independent confirmation that the First Contact scenario described in the article has already begun manifesting in the collective consciousness of humanity.

Is that an elongated human skull on Mars?

A photograph taken by the Mars Curiosity Rover shows what appears to be an elongated skull on the Martian surface. According to an October 18, 2014, report by UFO Sightings Daily, the curious object is an elongated head similar to those found in ancient Egypt. In a Youtube video, the Martian skull like object is compared to elongated human skulls found in various Egyptian murals and the similarity is striking.

Around the same time the skull like object began to be discussed on the internet, NASA administrator Charles Bolden made a surprising statement about life on Mars in an October 9 interview in London:

The photograph was taken by Curiosity Rover on September 14, 2014 and was the focus of a video posted a month later. In the video, comparisons with various elongated human skulls depicted in Egyptian murals and statues, the suggestion is that the object is a human skull. If so, then the elongated skull may be evidence of a tangible connection between ancient Egypt and Mars. Both Earth and Mars at one time in their history possessed a human population with elongated skulls that were part of their respective planetary leaders.

Whatever the origin of the mysterious object, it is unlikely that the Curiosity Rover will investigate it more closely due to the standard response by NASA that such fossil like bone fragments are just rocks. For example, in its response to a Mars Rover image of what appeared to be a thigh bone found on Mars, NASA responded that it was nothing more than rock. Former NASA employees, such as Richard Hoover, however disagree. Hoover claims that NASA administrators go to great lengths to cover up the possibility of Martian life, and in one case directed one of the Rover missions to actually destroy evidence of a Martian fossil.

Perhaps NASA’s standard response is right, and the skull looking object captured by Curiosity Rover is just a rock. Alternatively, the object may be the elongated skull of a humanoid species that had a historical connection to ancient Egypt. Was NASA Administrator Bolden’s October 9 claim of past Martian life purely coincidental in timing, or the start of NASA releasing more of what it really knows about life on Mars?

NSA document supports whistleblower claim of alien UFO communication program

On October 10, Peter Maass and Laura Poitras writing for The Intercept, released more powerpoint slides from leaked NSA documents concerning highly classified programs that are hidden from public scrutiny. The documents, originally leaked by Edward Snowden, reveal that “Sentry Eagle” is used as an umbrella term for hiding the NSA’s most sensitive programs that are classified “Exceptionally Controlled Information” (ECI). Several powerpoint slides show how ECI programs are hidden beneath less classified programs as a cover. The leaked documents support claims made 16 years earlier by Dan Sherman, another NSA whistleblower, who revealed that he worked in a secret communications program with alien (extraterrestrial) entities that was hidden beneath less classified NSA programs as a cover.

The Intercept article discusses a 13 page “brief sheet” about “Sentry Eagle”:

“You are being indoctrinated on Sentry Eagle,” the 2004 document begins, before going on to list the most highly classified aspects of its various programs. It warns that the details of the Sentry Eagle programs are to be shared with only a “limited number” of people, and even then only with the approval of one of a handful of senior intelligence officials, including the NSA director.

Among the leaked power point slides is a set called “Core Secrets Slide Slices.” These slides (see slideshow) reveal how ECI programs are only made available to a few select individuals within the Intelligence Community with a strict need to know access. Two of the slides show how Sentry Eagle acts as an umbrella for hiding its most sensitive ECI programs under less classified programs. This supports the claims by Dan Sherman who worked for three years as an electronic intelligence specialist with the NSA.

Dan Sherman served with the US Air Force for twelve years (1982-1994), and received a number of awards including the Commendation Medal and the Achievement Medal. He revealed that he was recruited into a classified program, “Project Preserve Destiny” (PPD), that was conducted under the auspices of the National Security Agency (NSA). The training was for Sherman to become an “intuitive communicator” with extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs). Essentially, Sherman would learn to telepathically interface with EBEs and pass on this information through a secure computer system to his handlers within the NSA. Sherman’s training for PPD was conducted at the same time while training for a conventional military career in electronic intelligence (ELINT), which itself was classified.

Sherman described that his ELINT training acted as a cover for his participation in PPD that spanned a three year period (1991-1994). In his book, Above Black: Project Preserve Destiny – Insider Account of Alien Contact and Government Cover-Up (1998), Sherman revealed how he was recruited and trained in a way unknown to his normal ELINT military trainers. The training occurred over the same period as his normal training in ELINT. When he was subsequently assigned to the NSA, Sherman worked on a specially designed computer where he could perform both his normal ELINT work, and also work as an intuitive communicator with EBEs.

This is how Sherman describes, in his 1998 book, the rational for hiding deep black alien related projects under the umbrella of a less classified program:

When someone is assigned to an alien project they are also assigned to the collateral black mission (cover mission). One of the reason for this is if someone were to reveal any alien information, by extension, they would most likely reveal something about the cover project and it would be on this basis that someone would be prosecuted for divulging classified information. (p. IX)

Sherman’s claim of working within a deep black project hidden within a less classified NSA project has been corroborated by the leaked NSA documents. “Sentry Eagle” operates precisely in the way described by Sherman’s account of his time working in two classified programs for the NSA from 1991 to 1994.

The leaked NSA documents reveal that Sentry Eagle has six programs:

Sentry Hawk (for activities involving computer network exploitation, or spying),
Sentry Falcon (computer network defense),
Sentry Osprey (cooperation with the CIA and other intelligence agencies),
Sentry Raven (breaking encryption systems),
Sentry Condor (computer network operations and attacks),
Sentry Owl (collaborations with private companies).

Sherman’s claims that he was recruited from the USAF for the NSA alien program while training as an ELINT specialist with the USAF suggests that Project Preserve Destiny was likely part of the Sentry Osprey program that involved cooperation between the NSA and other intelligence agencies.

After officially retiring from the USAF and ending his classified work with the NSA, Dan Sherman went public with his 1998 book in which he supplied documentation of his training and work with the NSA as an electronic intelligence specialist. Sherman’s claim made 16 years ago that he worked in a highly classified (“above black”) program hidden within a less classified NSA “black” program has not been corroborated until now with the leaked Snowden documents. Sherman’s claims suggest that within one or more of the NSA’s Sentry Eagle six compartments, there are ongoing alien (extraterrestrial) projects that are hidden within less classified NSA cover programs.

Rosetta comet radio signals and UFO claims spark controversy

The Huffington Post today attempted to debunk claims that Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko is transmitting radio signals and may in fact be an ancient spaceship. Post writer Michael Rundle picked up on an earlier September 29 story released on the popular UFO Sightings Daily blogsite titled: “NASA Records Radio Signals Coming From Comet 67P For Over 20 Years!” The UFO Sightings Daily story repeated claims made a week earlier in a Youtube video that is going viral allegedly showing UFOs and a radio transmission tower on Comet 67P. Rundle concludes that the claims are a sensationalist take on flimsy evidence. Is he correct?

First, let’s start with last week’s announcement that the European Space Agency’s Rosetta Mission had set November 12 as the date that its lander, Philae, would land on the 2.5 x 2.2 mile Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. The scheduled landing will be the first time that a spacecraft will have successfully landed on a comet. In 2005, Japan’s Hayabusa spacecraft failed in its landing attempt on another asteroid. For astrobiologists, the landing will be an opportunity to look for and examine any organic materials on Comet 67P to assess their potential as building blocks for life. If Comet 67P is found to contain amino acids, for example, that would make it possible that comets are an effective means to disseminate organic material essential for the creation of life. This would make the comet landing a continuation of a long series of NASA and ESA missions to find where the conditions for life may be found on our solar system.

A recent photograph of the comet taken by the Rosetta spacecraft suggest another reason for the mission. According to BPEarthWatch’s Youtube video one of these photos reveals a number of UFOs flying over the surface of Comet 67P and what looks like a radio transmission tower. BP Watch also displayed an anonymous email from an alleged ESA insider who claims that the Rosetta mission was indeed established to investigate radio signals detected 20 years ago suggestive of an extraterrestrial intelligence in association with the comet. Scott Waring from UFO Sightings agreed and posted his endorsement of BPEarthWatch’s claims on September 28.

The images are too blurry to conclude anything according to Rundle, who in addition points out that the claims fail to address a number of questions:

If the comet is emitting radio waves, why has no one else been able to tune it? If there are UFOs inside, why haven’t they been caught in any detail in any of the hundreds of high-resolution photographs taken by the comet? If the radio waves were picked up by NASA, why did they leave the space mission to investigate to the European Space Agency?

While one can agree with Rundle’s assessment that the blurred objects in the photograph are inconclusive, that is not the same as saying they are NOT artificial objects. Furthermore, his questions fail to acknowledge NASA’s long history of deceiving the public over evidence of extraterrestrial life. For example, on August 19, Russian scientists announced that they had discovered microbes flourishing on the windows of the International Space Station. If true, this would show that microbial life could exist in the vacuum of space. This would revolutionize the scientific understanding of how life can be disseminated through space via comets, thereby lending critical support to the theory of Panspermia. What was NASA’s response to this significant public revelation by Russian scientists? Silence!

There are other examples of NASA deliberately muzzling evidence pointing to the existence of extraterrestrial life. Veteran scientists such as Richard Hoover, who worked for NASA for 46 years, have publicly disagreed with NASA’s muzzling which goes high up the chain of command.

In response to Rundle’s questions, it may be that NASA, with the cooperation of the European Space Agency, is again muzzling evidence of extraterrestrial life. A dissident scientist from the European Space Agency may well have leaked the truth about Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko through an anonymous email. Based on the photos released so far by the Rosetta Mission showing a tower-like structure, Comet 67P may be transmitting radio signals that were picked up as long as 20 years ago by NASA, and has UFOs flying on its surface. On the other hand, Rundle might be right, and the most we can look forward to after November 12 is that some amino acids are found on the surface of Comet 67P lending support to the theory of Panspermia.

Kingdom of Hawaii approves extraterrestrial contact protocols

On Sept 7, 2014, political representatives of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii formally approved a set of Contact Protocols for extraterrestrial visitors to Hawaii’s Star Visitor Sanctuary in the Puna region of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Sanctuary was first proposed in a Declaration that was approved by five representatives from the Reinstated Kingdom on May 28, 2014. The Declaration is an official invitation to extraterrestrials, aka “Star Visitors,” to appear and meet with representatives of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the general public at the Sanctuary. The newly approved Contact Protocols are the first time representatives of a sovereign state have publicly approved official measures in response to the appearance and/or contact with extraterrestrial life.

The Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary was formally launched on June 27 by Naliko Markel, the Kingdom’s Minister for the Interior at a ceremony attended by up to 200 people that participated in native Hawaiian traditions for blessing the designated land for its special purpose of hosting “Star Visitors” to Earth. Coincidentally, the nearby Pu’u O’o crater began a new lava flow on the same day of the launch as though signaling the volcano goddess Pele’s support for the Kingdom’s initiative.

The seven Contact Protocols outline the formal steps the Kingdom of Hawaii will take for various ways extraterrestrial visitors may appear and/or interact with Kingdom representatives and the general public. The Protocols use an extraterrestrial contact classification system first proposed by former USAF Project Bluebook consultant Dr Allen Hynek that was popularized in the film, Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind. The protocols describe four distinct ways in which Star Visitors can interact with Kingdom of Hawaii Representatives and the general public.

A close encounter of the first kind is a sighting of an extraterrestrial vehicle at a distance of less than 500 feet. A close encounter of the second kind is where there is physical evidence of a landing by an extraterrestrial vehicle. A close encounter of the 3rd kind involves sighting an extraterrestrial being. Finally, a Close encounter of the fourth kind represents direct physical contact with extraterrestrial entities.

The protocols are based on the legal authority of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii to establish diplomatic relations with Star Visitors in conformity with Hawaiian traditions and history as a sovereign state. The Contact Protocols authorize the creation of a delegation comprising Kingdom of Hawaii officials and experts that will meet with extraterrestrial visitors. The delegation will issue summaries of various forms of contact on a website, and coordinate with members of the general public having a close encounter. In the case of a contact event with significant global public interest, a full report will be prepared that will be submitted to the United Nations Secretary General and the General Assembly.

The Kingdom of Hawaii Contact Protocols are a significant development from earlier efforts by astronomical organizations to develop protocols for the discovery of extraterrestrial life through radio signals. The best known of these is SETI’s “Protocols for an ETI Signal Detection” that outlines international coordination when radio signals from an extraterrestrial intelligence are detected. The SETI protocols do not however cover the contingencies raised by extraterrestrials actually visiting, flying over and/or landing on Earth.

The Kingdom of Hawaii was the first sovereign state to proclaim its status as a neutral state in 1854. Now the Kingdom can add to its list of firsts, a set of extraterrestrial contact protocols that have been adopted by political representatives of a sovereign state. The Hawaii Contact Protocols provide a model that can be used by other members of the international community preparing for a future where extraterrestrials show up and interact with humanity.

Russians find extraterrestrial microbes on International Space Station

ITAR-TASS reported yesterday that Russian scientists have found microbial life on the surface of the International Space Station (ISS). The Russians first detected the microbes over a year ago and confirmed that the organisms can live in zero gravity, extremely low temperatures and with cosmic radiation. Despite the harsh conditions, the scientists reported that the bacteria were thriving on the surface of ISS and could live there for years.

The Russian discovery is startling since it confirms that extraterrestrial microbes can flourish in deep space. Vladimir Solovyev, chief of the Russian ISS orbital mission said:

Results of the experiment are absolutely unique. We have found traces of sea plankton and microscopic particles on the illuminator surface. This should be studied further.

He went on to say that “it was not quite clear how these microscopic particles could have appeared on the surface of the space station.”

The discovery of the Russian scientists is stunning in its implications. It supports the theory of Panspermia proposed by Sir Fred Hoyle and Dr Chandra Wickramasinghe that microbial extraterrestrial life can exist and travel in the vacuum of space on comets, and radiation pressure. In 1974, they proposed and were able to confirm that dust in interstellar space was largely organic, thereby making it possible for life to exist in interstellar space despite the harsh conditions there.

An important mechanism for microbial life to travel in interstellar space are Birkeland currents comprising plasma from the solar wind. According to Swedish scientist and Nobel Prize winner, Hannes Alfven, plasma can travel in vast electric currents throughout the vacuum of interstellar and intergalactic space.

The Russian scientists’ findings confirm that extraterrestrial life cannot only exist in the extreme conditions of space, but can also thrive there. The discovery of a form of sea plankton on the ISS suggests that the vacuum of space may contain sufficient micro-organisms that they could be a food source for more complex life forms.

Rather than deep space being a lifeless vacuum, it may be more accurate to describe it as an ocean where life thrives in ways that scientists are only beginning to understand. The Russian discovery takes scientists one step closer to eventually concluding that extraterrestrial life is common throughout the universe.

Vatican preparing statement on extraterrestrial life

Pope Francis is reportedly preparing a major world statement about extraterrestrial life and its theological implications. Rosana Ubanell from Voxxi News today reported that due to advances in scientific detection methods for the discovery of extraterrestrial life, Pope Francis wants to be ready with a statement about “First Contact”. Ubanell reports that details have yet to be officially announced but that the Vatican’s interest in extraterrestrial life is well documented through recent astrobiology conferences the Vatican Observatory has sponsored or participated in. Father Guy Consolmagno, a Jesuit astronomer and one of the leading Catholic proponents for preparing for the scientific discovery of extraterrestrial life, on July 18, won the Carl Sagan science medal from the American Astronomical Society. Pope Francis, a fellow Jesuit, regularly consults with Consolmagno and other leading Vatican astronomers about scientific issues. It is likely that Pope Francis is preparing an “Urbi et Orbi” speech – Latin for “to the city [of Rome] and the world” – about First Contact with extraterrestrial life.

The Vatican’s scientific interest in extraterrestrial life was publicly revealed for the first time in May 2008 when the head of the Vatican Observatory, Fr Gabriel Funes, also a Jesuit, gave an interview to the Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano. Funes made a series of startling statements about how extraterrestrial life is likely to be more ethically evolved than humans, and can be welcomed as brothers. In his interview, which was titled “The extraterrestrial is my brother,” Funes said that intelligent extraterrestrial life may not have experienced a ‘fall’, and may be “free from Original Sin … [remaining] in full friendship with their creator.” This makes it possible to regard them as ‘our brothers’ as Funes explained:

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom… “Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation…

Most importantly, Funes’ statement makes possible the idea that Christianity can be exported to extraterrestrial worlds that have not experienced a ‘fall’ and are free from original sin.

Just over a year after his interview, Funes was the organizer of the first ever Astrobiology Symposium held by Pontifical Academy of Sciences in November 2009. Consolmagno and Funes have ever since played leading roles for the Vatican Observatory in presenting a theological perspective on the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Most importantly, both have been leading advisors to Pope Francis about scientific issues concerning the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

What is likely to be the content of Pope Francis’ upcoming statement or possible “Urbi et Orbi” speech about alien life? An important clue is a forthcoming presentation by Fr. Consolmagno at a September 18-19, 2014, astrobiology symposium organized by NASA and the Library of Congress that is titled: “Preparing for Discovery: A Rational Approach to the Implications of Finding Microbial, Complex or Intelligent Life Beyond Earth.”

Consolmagno is a featured presenter and will discuss the theological implications of discovering alien life. His topic, “Would You Baptize an Extraterrestrial?” suggests that Pope Francis agrees that extraterrestrials are capable of the higher ethics involved in understanding the Christian message and becoming Christians.

If Pope Francis is indeed preparing a statement about extraterrestrial life, it is likely to emphasize that there is no incompatibility in Christian teachings with a belief in extraterrestrial life as Fr. Funes proposed in May 2008. More importantly, Pope Francis is likely to emphasize themes of extraterrestrials: not sharing in original sin; being more ethically evolved; and being capable of sharing the Christian message, and being our brothers.

Not all will welcome a statement from Pope Francis advocating extraterrestrials as brothers and worthy of being baptized into the Christian faith. According to Chris Putnam and Tom Horn, authors of Exovaticana, Pope Francis I is preparing to lead the Catholic Church to embrace aliens as “brothers in Christ” – reflective of the 1950s and 1960s contactee reports of benevolent “space brothers.” Putnam’s and Horn’s Exovaticana portends a future religious war between those accepting extraterrestrials as “brothers in Christ” and those believing them to be returning demons about to enslave us. Despite the extensive scholarship found in Exovaticana, it unfortunately skews data towards an overly negative assessment of the motivations of extraterrestrial visitors. Thankfully, the Vatican’s evolving public position, as reflected by statements from its leading astronomers, shows a far more enlightened stance on how to consider the discovery of alien life from a theological perspective. A statement or “Urbi et Orbi” speech from Pope Francis expounding on various themes associated with the view that extraterrestrials are potential “brothers in Christ’ is a welcome position to take on a controversial issue with major world significance.

Secret US alien agreements may be valid under international law

The legitimacy of secret agreements between the U.S. Government and alien civilizations may be valid under both U.S. and international law contrary to widespread public perceptions. This shocking conclusion has emerged from legal research into the status of agreements reached by a sitting US. President with the chief executive officer of a foreign power.

According to whistleblower testimonies that have been documented in the book, Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET, President Dwight Eisenhower met with and reached agreements with representatives of at least two extraterrestrial civilizations. According to Galactic Diplomacy, these secret agreements lacked legitimacy since they were never ratified by the U.S. Senate as required by the U.S. Constitution. Article II.2, of the Constitution requires that any international treaty signed by the Executive branch needs the advice and consent of two thirds of the U.S. Senate:

The President … shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.

Consequently, it was reasoned the agreements reached between President Eisenhower and the chief executive of an extraterrestrial delegation were questionable under U.S. law. At best, it was reasoned that they were quasi-legal since they were only signed but not ratified as constitutionally required by Article 2.II:

… this constitutional provision [2.II] has been bypassed by a series of executive orders and congressional actions that make it possible for agreements to be signed and implemented without the consent of two-thirds of the Senate nor with the knowledge of the general public. These extra-constitutional arrangements have dubious legal standing and while these may at most have standing for short periods such as national emergencies, it is extremely doubtful that their legal standing would be sufficient for a semi-permanent arrangement which has existed for almost 60 years. (Galactic Diplomacy, p. 24)

Recent research has however discovered the legal concept and practice of an “executive agreement” that rules out such reasoning.

According to the U.S. State Department website:

international agreements brought into force with respect to the United States on a constitutional basis other than with the advice and consent of the Senate are “international agreements other than treaties” and are often referred to as “executive agreements.”

An “executive agreement” makes it possible for a U.S. President to reach an agreement with a foreign power without the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate. Furthermore, under international law, executive agreements are recognized as valid, even if these have been conducted in secrecy. Also, the U.S., Supreme Court has ruled that executive agreements are valid, even if the U.S. Congress is not consulted.

In a case involving an Executive Agreement between President Roosevelt and the Soviet Union (United States v. Belmont 301 U.S. 324 [1937])the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the President’s power to sign executive agreements without consulting or gaining the consent of the US Senate. The reasoning for the decision from the perspective of one of Justices was summarized as follows:

The President’s act in recognizing the Soviet government, and the accompanying agreements, constituted, said the Justice, an international compact which the President, “as the sole organ” of international relations for the United States, was authorized to enter upon without consulting the Senate. Nor did state laws and policies make any difference in such a situation, for while the supremacy of treaties is established by the Constitution in express terms, yet the same rule holds “in the case of all international compacts and agreements from the very fact that complete power over international affairs is in the National Government and is not and cannot be subject to any curtailment or interference on the part of the several States.”

The disturbing conclusion is that executive agreements signed by President Eisenhower and his successors with representatives of an extraterrestrial civilization may be legal under both international and U.S. domestic law. The only caveat is if the executive agreement violates the U.S. Constitution, then the Supreme Court could strike it down. If an executive agreement is highly classified, however, then it is highly unlikely to be brought before the Supreme Court for adjudication. This basically removes the sole known judicial mechanism for striking down an executive agreement signed by a U.S. President.

According to whistleblower testimony, in exchange for President Eisenhower giving aliens the right to establish bases, extract Earth resources and to conduct limited biological research on humans, the U.S. received assistance in studying and reverse engineering alien technologies. Consequently, the U.S. has participated in the development of a secret space fleet that operates in deep space, and conducts diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial civilizations. According to one whistleblower, the secret space fleet is part of an organization called the “Earth Defense Force,” while other whistleblowers call it “Solar Warden.”

The idea that secret “executive agreements” reached by U.S. Presidents and extraterrestrial civilizations may be constitutional will come as a shock to many. Unfortunately, executive agreements are valid in international law and even recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court. Consequently, there is likely to be an extensive number of secret “executive agreements” reached between the U.S., and perhaps even other governments, with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations. Urgent action needs to be placed on exposing these agreements to eliminate any wrong doing, and ensure that they comply with the U.S. Constitution, and International law and Human Rights standards.

It’s official – extraterrestrials can now land at Hawaii UFO Sanctuary

The Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary was officially launched on Friday June 27, 2014 in a dedication ceremony on the Big Island of Hawaii. A video released today shows many of the events conducted with the goal of inviting extraterrestrial visitors to land, and meet with representatives of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii and private citizens. The ceremony began with a traditional Hawaiian blowing of the conch shell followed by a blessing by the Minister of the Interior for the Kingdom of Hawaii. The video then shows a dedication by the “Women of the Womb” that was followed by the building of a traditional “Ahu” designed to sanctify the Sanctuary in accord with Hawaiian tradition.

Michael Weeks, the Kingdom’s Representative for the Puna region, ended the formal part of the dedication ceremony by reading the “Declaration for the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary”. The Declaration explains the sovereign legal authority of the Kingdom of Hawaii, the Kingdom’s history of international neutrality, and protocols for extraterrestrials or “star visitors” to land and begin formal diplomatic relations with Kingdom representatives.

The dedication of the Sanctuary is the second time that a sovereign state has dedicated land for the exclusive purpose of extraterrestrials to land and meet private citizens. The Sanctuary is hosted on land provided by the Kingdom of Hawaii in the area of Kalapana in the Puna region. Up to 200 people attended the ceremony and gave their enthusiastic support to organizers and those conducting various parts of the ceremony. This video captures most of the events that made up the dedication ceremony and post-dedication interviews revealing the aspirations of those attending for contact to happen with extraterrestrial visitors. It’s now official – extraterrestrial visitors can land at the Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary!
