Retired US Navy Commander briefs Indian parliamentarians & academics on the implications of ET issue

Dr Scott Jones (Commander, US Navy, Rtd.)

Dr. Scott Jones (Commander, US Navy, Rtd.) visited New Delhi, India from April 19th to April 23rd, 2011 after spending three days in Pune, Maharashtra where he made a presentation to the Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) and met with various representatives of the academic community.

In Delhi, Dr. Jones gave a talk on April 20th at 6.30 pm at the prestigious India International Centre, the premier public cultural and intellectual forum in India’s capital. The talk was moderated by Come Carpentier de Gourdon, Convener of the International Board of World Affairs, the Journal of International Issues, and was well received by the audience, which asked many questions and engaged in a lively discussion with the speaker.

In the morning of the 20th, Dr. Jones met with Dr. Manmohan Sharma, the Secretary General of the Indian Association of Parliamentarians for Population and Development (IAPPD) and its Chairman, Prof. P J Kurien, an eminent physicist and member of the National Parliament (Lok Sabha) who sits on the Parliamentary Defense Commission. Dr. Kurien who held several portfolios as a Cabinet Minister in the Government and who was chairman of the Indian Institutes of Technology Central Board is a close friend of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and the Defense Minister, Mr. Antony. Dr. Kurien was accompanied by another Member of Parliament, Mr. Khanna and by a University Professor who is one of his advisers.

During more than one hour, Dr. Jones briefed the Indian visitors on the ET/UFO related issue and its global, strategic, cultural and spiritual implications. Dr. Kurien said that he was broadly aware of the matter and showed strong interest as well as an intention to bring it up with the relevant members of the Government. He paid special attention to the draft “Space Peace Treaty” that was presented to him by Dr. Scott Jones and he highlighted the passage referring to the incidents of “ICBM shutdowns” caused by UFOs in the US on various occasions.

On the following day, April 21st, Dr. Jones sent by courier three briefing documents, including the text of the aforesaid Treaty to the respective Ambassadors to India of the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courier package sent to each included a seal-shaped symbol of P.E.A.C.E, the not-for-profit organization founded and run by Dr. Scott Jones and Mr. Neil Freer. That symbol featured one of the oldest icons of Indian civilization, an exquisite engraving of the great Indian humped bull or Zebu (bos Indicus), from the 7000 year old Indus-Saraswati civilization, that is also the animal totem of the great God Shiva, the lord of Nature, yoga, generation and destruction.

A similar briefing package has been delivered, to the care of Dr. Manmohan Sharma for the Indian Minister of External Affairs, Dr. Krishna.

Dr. Scott Jones left New Delhi to return to the United States on April 23rd, 2011.

Cosmic Implications of Paranormal Research in the US Military and Intelligence Community

A talk scheduled at the India International Centre, 40 Max Mueller Marg, New Delhi on April 20th, 2011 at 6,30 p.m by Commander Scott Jones – US Navy, Rtd. In recent years, well before the irruption of Wiki leaks, a gradual process of disclosure began worldwide, meant to reveal to the general population that the Earth is, since a very ancient past, being monitored and visited by various technically highly advanced intelligent beings from other regions and dimensions of the universe. The release of voluminous official, hitherto classified documents by the Governments of France, Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Brazil, New Zealand, the USA and other nations is only one part of this massive endeavor.
The film industry, especially in Hollywood is also playing a major role in getting people used to this reality on which much information is now available on the Internet as well as in many technical books, documentary films and articles. Eminent persons, including former Soviet Chairman Mikhail Gorbachev, Former Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer and a number of astronauts, cosmonauts, generals, air marshals, admirals and top Intelligence officials have gone on record to confirm the situation that has been kept from most people for many decades, at least since the UFO crash of July 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico, supported  over time by multiple independent confirmations.
By secretly investigating the observations and records of AVC (Alien Visitation Crafts), popularly named UFOs, certain Military Intelligence organizations have gained scientific information far in advance of what is taught as publicly available, “civilian” science and technology. In some cases, they have been able to duplicate some of the very advanced technological features of the AVC and have clandestinely deployed a variety of ARV (Alien Reproduction Vehicles) which are also routinely described as UFOs by the uninitiated. The current situation is hence loaded with major and potentially ominous implications for the national security of all countries, especially those that have been kept out of those developments, mainly pursued by the USA and a few of its key allies.
It has been asserted by credible sources that much of the knowledge revolution that has taken place in the last two or three decades, especially in the areas of electronics, computer science, cybernetics, biology, nanotechnology, physics et al.. proceeds from the information collected from the Alien visitors and their spacecraft. Scott Jones is one of the senior military and intelligence personnel involved in the classified research of certain agencies of the US Government who have decided to make their experiences and conclusions known, in the belief that the survival of our species may well depend on the release and use of this critical information.
Scott Jones is a PhD in Political Sciences (South Asian Studies, American University, Washington DC) who did his thesis on India’s Parliamentary Defence management history and mechanisms (1975).
He was a Aircraft Carrier Jet pilot during the Korean War, qualified to fly and deliver nuclear weapons.

  • From 1961 to 1963 he was at the Pentagon working to plan the National Military Alternate Center (NMAC) at Fort Raven (Md) as a Senior Officer of the Defense Atomic Support Agency (DASA) in the Department of Command, Control and Intelligence System Development
  • From 1963 to 1965 he served as Chief of the Target Development Branch at the Intelligence Directorate (J-2) of the US European Command in Stuttgart, Germany where he created the nuclear target list for NATOs’ General Strike Plan (GSP).
  • From 1965 to 1967 he was Assistant US Naval Attache to India and Nepal, under Ambassador Chester Bowles
  • From 1967 he was the head of the Missiles, Ordnance and Astronautics Division of the Naval Scientific and Technical Intelligence Center (NAVSTIC) in Washington DC.
  • From 1968 he was Chairman of the Missile and Aircraft Subcommittee of the Guided Missile & Aerospace Intelligence Committee (GMAIC) of the National Intelligence Directorate
  • From 1985 to 1991 he was Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell (D, RI), Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in which capacity he carried out a survey of Government-sponsored research on consciousness in the US, Europe, the USSR and China. He investigated a number of related US Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • After retirement, he managed for a Washington DC thinktank the declassification, research and writing of the history of all US oceanic open air nuclear tests.
  • In the mid-nineties he was the Director of the Laurance Rockefeller Initiative to brief President Bill Clinton on the UFO and Extra-terrestrial related situation.
  • He is currently promoting the PEACE Room Project (www.peaceroom.com) on which more information is available on the website.

We hope you will be attend to attend his talk,

FBI Memo reveals flying saucer crashes in 1940s

Stories of flying saucer crashes secretly retrieved by elite military teams have been boosted with the release of a new electronic reading room by the FBI known as “The Vault.” Among the documents first released by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and now more easily accessible to the American public in The Vault is one by Special Agent Guy Hottel. In 1950, Hottel sent a memorandum to J. Edgar Hoover about flying saucer crashes. The Hottel memo is causing a sensation in Britain since the Daily Mail discussed it in a provocative article titled: The memo that ‘proves aliens landed at Roswell’… released online by the FBI.”. The Daily Mail story was quickly followed by other major media outlets. The memo is startling since it reveals that an unidentified Air Force Investigator, most likely with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, was relaying accurate information about three flying saucer crashes recovered by the Air Force in the 1940s to an FBI Special Agent.

The Hottel Memo states:

Three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50ft in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3ft tall dressed in a metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.

The document cites as its main source an Air Force investigator without giving details of his rank, position, or how he received the information. Given that the memo’s recipient was none other than FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, it can be safely assumed that the Air Force investigator was a credible military source being cited by an FBI field agent reporting directly to his boss. Hottel’s job as an FBI Special Agent was to relay accurate information of activities coming under his field of operations, or of particular interest to the FBI Director. In relaying such information, Hottel would have to judge the significance and accuracy of the information before relaying it in an official FBI memo to his superior. What the Hottel document does prove is that an Air Force Investigator was willing to share information about crashed flying saucers to an FBI agent who judged the information relevant and significant enough to relay it directly to his superior.

The Hottel memo does not go into specifics as to what flying saucer crashes the Air Force Investigator had in mind. This has led to much speculation and debate among researchers as to whether or not it confirms the 1947 Roswell Crash, or other historic cases such as the 1948 Aztec UFO crash. The FBI’s launch of The Vault has certainly had the effect of sparking public interest in the FBI’s X-Files.
