Mysterious UFO Lights Spotted in Beijing Sparks Controversy

April 21, 2019                        (newsnation.in)

• On his website, ‘ET Data Base’, Scott Warning has shared an interesting video of mysterious lights hovering in the skies over Beijing, adding that such bright lights have also been spotted over other regions of China. (see 1:01 minute video below)

• “The lights caught the attention of most of Beijing, but it was seen by people that were 100 km away! That means the UFOs went to many locations, not just over Beijing. The light is lumpy and contained. That means it’s not a spotlight from the ground,” Waring wrote on his website.

It’s been a quite long time that alien hunters from across the globe have been working hard to establish the truth that there are some sorts of small life-forms on other habitable planets around the cosmos. While earlier studies have sparked several debates over the existence of aliens, also called extraterrestrial lives, the latest findings by popular conspiracy theorist – Scott C Warning – is yet again raising ray of hopes among UFO scientists.

Taking to his website ET Data Base, Warning shared an interesting video showing some mysterious UFO lights hovering in the skies of Beijing and added that such bright lights are also spotted in other regions of China. The video, which makes the hashtag #aliens started to trend on social media, has gone viral on social networking sites.

“The lights caught the attention of most of Beijing, but it was seen by people that were 100 km away! That means the UFOs went to many locations, not just over Beijing. The light is lumpy and contained. That means it’s not a spotlight from the ground,” Waring wrote on his website while sharing the creepy UFO sightings.

Former Polish Leader Lech Walesa Believes in UFOs and Warns of an ET Invasion

by Paul Seaburn              March 29, 2019                   (mysteriousuniverse.org)

• Lech Walesa, the founder of Poland’s Worker’s Solidarity Movement in the 1980’s and President of Poland from 1990 to 1995 gave a speech recently to a civic club in Krosno, Poland. Not there to talk about UFOs, Walesa wandered off the script about his belief in UFOs and aliens. Said Walesa, “There are three levels of intellectual development on other galaxies. We are the lowest. And the higher civilization comes as a UFO and others, and looks at what they are doing here.” Walesa is saying that the highest level of extraterrestrial civilizations are visiting the Earth in UFOs. The middle level extraterrestrial is passively watching the Earth. And we humans are at the lowest level of civilization, allowing it all to happen to us.

• The passive watchers, however, will move in if they feel the need. Walesa warns that destabilizing actions by current politicians such as French president Emmanuel Macron and Russian president Vladimir Putin could trigger an intervention by a higher civilization of watchers before the Earth collapses. Walesa believes their interference would not be benevolent and the consequences would be long-lasting. “They will send Adam and Eve and we will build the world again,” said Walesa.

• While there’s no indication that Walesa himself has had a UFO or alien encounter, does he know something we don’t?

• The most famous UFO/ET encounter in Poland is the so-called Emilcin Incident. In 1978, a farmer from the eastern town of Emilcin, Poland met olive-skinned aliens who took him onboard their ship. Polish UFO researcher and author Piotr Cielebiaś says there were plenty of reports of alien encounters by military pilots until Poland joined NATO in 1999.

When a current or former world leader professes a belief in UFOs, the public ponders about their sanity and about what they might really know concerning the cause of unidentified flying objects. When that world leader also warns about potentially catastrophic extraterrestrial invasions, ears and antennas both go up. That was the case last week in Poland, when former Polish president and head of the Solidarity movement Lech Walesa pontificated on UFOs, aliens and their role in the potential demise of Earth as we know it.

“There are three levels of intellectual development on other galaxies. We are the lowest. And the higher civilization comes as a UFO and others, and looks at what they are doing here. If we threaten to destabilize here with Macron, Putin there, they will interrupt us, cut us in half, the Earth will collapse, everyone will crush.”

Multiple Polish media sources reported on a speech Walesa made to a civic club in Krosno, an ancient city in southwestern Poland. While not there to talk about UFOs, Lech wandered off the script (as world leaders seem to do a lot these days) and worked UFOs and “higher civilizations” into the conversation. While he doesn’t seem to have spoken publicly about his belief in UFOs and aliens, his comments suggest he’s of the opinion that they’re the type that’s observing us without interference (the ‘zoo’ theory) but will move in if they feel the need. Then he warns that actions by current politicians (French president Emmanuel Macron and Russian president Vladimir Putin) could trigger just such a decision by a higher civilization of watchers. Walesa believes their interference would not be benevolent and the consequences would be long-lasting.

A Galactic Receiving Station Opens in Grand Marais, MN

by Susan Du                  March 27, 2019                    (citypages.com)

• Australian-born Christine Day, 65, communicates with Pleiadian Nordics from the constellation Taurus, and has written books about them as their conduit. In the 1990’s, Day lived for a time near Mt Shasta at the California/Oregon border where she studied homeopathic healing. This led Day to becoming a shaman and leading vision quests. One day she encountered a spaceship in an open meadow. Pleiadian Nordics emerged, telepathically bestowing upon her universal truths meant to help humans attain a higher state of self-awareness.

• According to Day, the tall blond Pleiadians have cultivated humanity’s progress since the dawn of time, building the Egyptian pyramids and transmitting teachings to indigenous civilizations worldwide. Day believes that she is a descendent of these Pleiadian Nordics.

• In 2013, Day spent 10 days in a remote cabin on Minnesota’s Gunflint Trail near the Canadian border, working on her second book. Once it was done, Pleiadians guided her out of the wilderness and down a long driveway to an unkempt house on three acres of land beside Lake Superior which happened to be for sale. The area is pristine, far from urban clutter. And the energy there is incomparable due to its ancient bedrock of magnetite-rich iron deposits which even creates a magnetic anomaly of 18 degrees. With spaceships in attendance, Day set about arranging large stone circles on the beach. She describes a transmission of light emerging from beneath Lake Superior as a submerged portal opened, activating what she calls one of Earth’s most powerful receiving stations for alien entry. In addition to this portal, located about a mile into Lake Superior, the property is bounded by two other portals within the property.

• In 2013, Day bought the house on the shores of Lake Superior in Grand Marais, Minnesota, along with another house in-town where she lives during the colder months. She replaced the roof of the beach retreat and remodeled a barn into a heated meditation room. As a “Pleiadian Ambassador” Day charges $450 per person to attend her weekend retreat. She points out that her students are wealthy people who would lodge in town and take their meals in local restaurants. Day’s Pleiadian teachings aren’t religious. Students come in search of guidance on how to live in this time, which is “pretty intense”. They pay thousands of dollars for online coursework, seminars, and immersive retreats in Grand Marais. Families with children as young as 10, groups of girlfriends, and people of all ages are drawn through her website and word-of-mouth. Business is robust.

• Lately, however, Day has been getting push-back from her neighbors who complain about the noise of the people on the beach, the increased vehicle and foot traffic, trash brought by Day’s students, and diminished property values. The residential district isn’t zoned for business, her neighbors insist. A nearby artist, Jan Attridge, believes that the Pleiadians pose a spiritual invasion. She can’t hear the noise of the retreat, but Attridge says she can feel the energy emanating from Day’s interdimensional depot, giving her migraines. “Clearly, a situation needs to be approved of first by Cook County and its inhabitants.”

• Day acknowledges that there’s hostility. Despite the small town’s liberal reputation, certain anonymous people exaggerate, and some churchgoers are prejudiced. Brian Larsen, editor of the News Herald and town crier for more than 30 years, is willing to entertain the idea that Grand Marais might be some kind of alien hotspot. Most people who’ve lived in Grand Marais long enough have seen UFOs, he explains. “[W]hen you see them and they fly in straight lines and they go as fast as you can see… I’m not saying they’re from outer space… but when… you’ve got 50 people all looking at the same thing, you’re going, ‘Ahh.’”

• Last year, Day requested a five-year permit for her Pleiadian retreat. According to the county’s zoning code, even in residential neighborhoods, cottage businesses are allowed as long they’re consistent with rural life. The county planning commission granted her a probationary permit so long as she soundproofed her gathering spaces and showed she could be respectful of neighbors. Day has decreased the size of her student groups from 50 to 25 at a time, and set business hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. She has booked six retreats this year, from May to August.

• “People go to these paranormal sites to have this sort of special spiritual experience with the land, or just to connect with something beyond themselves. It feels like there’s something missing in our society these days that makes people want to reach out for things like that.”

I. A slice of paradise

For 15 years, Kristen Sobanja has lived in a secluded house in the woods off Highway 61 in Grand Marais. Stalwart pines flank the gravel path to the front door. Her backyard is a rocky shore overlooking Lake Superior’s white immensity. The center of “America’s Coolest Small Town” is but a short drive away.

North Shore summers aren’t long, but they are sweet. Sobanja and her sister spent those precious months last year tending their garden and staining the deck, where they’d watch for eagles and play board games.

One day a howl rang out from the house next door. It was a low, full-throated bellow so loud she could hear it over the television. Somebody’s being killed, Sobanja thought with a start, rushing to the window.

She found a train of cars parked in the neighbor’s yard. Down on the beach, a large assembly of people were crying, chanting, and hugging trees.

The neighbor was Christine Day, a motivational speaker who moved to the neighborhood in 2013. The women never got to know each other, as tentative plans to get together for a glass of wine always fell through. Day was polite but somewhat brusque, giving the impression of forever rushing off somewhere to attend to more important matters. She spent three-quarters of the year away, teaching self-improvement classes around the world.

               the beach on Lake Superior

If they’d struck up a conversation, Sobanja might have learned that Day called herself the “Pleiadian Ambassador,” and that her work involved channeling the energy of Nordic aliens from distant stars. Last summer, Day booked five weekend retreats for groups of 50 to commune with extraterrestrials inside galactic portals constructed on her property. Each person was charged $450 to partake.

“I do believe in life other than on earth, so that aspect doesn’t bother me at all,” Sobanja says.

But tipped, overflowing garbage cans do. Beeping cars, wailing as early as 6 a.m., and the traffic of dozens of people on the boat path ruined her solitude. Their residential district wasn’t zoned for business.

And then there was the more baffling transgression: Day had neglected to inform her human neighbors about the imminent arrival of aliens—and their adherents.

II. Visions on the Gunflint Trail

Christine Day is an energetic 65, with a smooth face, sharp violet eyes, and a shock of silver hair cropped short, which gives her a monochromatic, slightly futuristic look. She speaks in gently coursing tones with a soft accent courtesy of her native Australia.

Two decades ago, Day traveled to California and lived at Mt. Shasta, a volcano near the Oregon border so striking that people have conferred spiritual meaning on it for centuries. A sacred site for Native American tribes turned New Age tourism hotspot, it’s now a mecca for believers in Bigfoot, the Abominable Snowman, and UFOs.

Day studied healing touch—the homeopathic concept of transferring wellness energy from one person to another through laying hands—before becoming a shaman and leading vision quests.

One day she encountered a spaceship while walking in an open meadow, Day says. Nordic aliens emerged, telepathically bestowing universal truths meant to help humans attain a higher state of self-awareness.

She claims to be descendants from these Nordic aliens, a.k.a. Pleiadians, who are tall, blond, and beautiful. They’ve existed in popular culture since the 1950s as benevolent visitors who hail from the Pleiades, a brightly burning clutch of stars in the constellation of Taurus. Day is one author among many who writes books about them, and considers herself a conduit.

In her telling, Pleiadians have cultivated humanity’s progress since the dawn of time, building the Egyptian pyramids, and transmitting teachings to indigenous civilizations worldwide. Minnesota’s Native Americans inherited their star knowledge from Nordic alien astronauts, she says.

“A lot of the Native people say only Natives can do these ceremonies, but the Pleiadians would say it was important that the pure teachings went out.” She describes Native practices as “broken down” derivatives of Pleiadian tradition, “twisted” by the erosion of time.

In 2013, Day spent 10 days holed up in a remote cabin on Minnesota’s Gunflint Trail, working on her second book. Once it was done, she says, Pleiadians guided her out of the wilderness and down a long driveway to an unkempt house on three acres of land beside Lake Superior. It happened to be for sale.

With spaceships allegedly in attendance, Day set about arranging large stone circles on the beach. She describes a transmission of light emerging from beneath Lake Superior as the portals with the circles opened, activating what she calls one of Earth’s most powerful receiving stations for alien entry.

Man Posts Video of UFO Over Potters Bar

by Mia Jankowicz                     March 25, 2019                   (whtimes.co.uk)

• In June 2017, Jamie Warwick was driving towards Potters Bar (in North London, England) on a clear evening when he spotted a bright white speck of light in the clouds. He managed to take some photos before it disappeared. A dark shape then appeared in the sky nearby, which he calls a “craft”. Another photo shows a smaller dark shape just above the first one, which he believes is the craft separating into two. (see 2:21 minute video of Warwick’s account below)

Property manager and artist Jamie Warwick told this newspaper that he had been driving on the M25 towards Finchley on a clear evening in June 2017 when he spotted a bright white speck of light in the clouds.

He managed to get a few snaps of the scene.

Then the light disappeared, he said, and a dark shape then appeared in the sky nearby, which he calls a “craft”.

Another picture shows a further, smaller dark shape just above the first one, which he believes is the craft separating into two. He took the pictures to UFO research organisation Mufon, who took an interest because they’ve looked into another reported encounter at the same site since then.

Jamie has now put a video retelling the story of his encounter on YouTube for the first time.

“A good friend of mine who is a pilot and has worked in aeronautics has no idea what this can be,” he said in his YouTube posting.

He attributes his sharp eye to being a property developer.

Amateur Astronomer Spots Two UFOs Flying Over the Moon

by Nirmal Narayanan                 March 23, 2019                       (ibtimes.co.in)

• An amateur astronomer from Turkey has spotted two diamond-shaped UFOs hovering low over the Moon’s surface, and then speeding across the lunar surface. One flying object seems twice the size of the other. (see 1:07 minute video of the pair of UFOs over the Moon’s surface below)

• As the video went viral, popular alien researcher Scott C Waring analyzed the clip and assured that this sighting is authentic proof of extraterrestrial presence on the Moon. “This object is actually two UFOs flying side by side, like a military wingman for USAF fighter jets. Both objects are diamond shaped, yet one is twice the size of the other. If these were meteors, they would be leaving a trail of debris behind them, and there is no way they would be perfect diamond flying side by side. These are alien craft flying over our Moon. This is 100% proof that aliens are actively using our Moon not just as a base, but as a home,” wrote Waring on his website ‘UFO Sightings Daily’.

• Even though many experts have dismissed the claims made by Waring as a case of pareidolia, the researcher is continuing his search to find anomalies in NASA images. At one point in time, he had also asked United States president Donald Trump to appoint him as the head of NASA so that he can open up crucial details regarding the existence of alien life.

Conspiracy theorists all across the world strongly believe that an advanced extraterrestrial civilization is living on the moon and space agencies like NASA are well aware of its existence. Adding heat to these claims, an amateur astronomer from Turkey has spotted two unidentified flying objects (UFO) hovering low over the moon’s surface.

The UFOs was later seen speeding across the lunar surface and the sighting seems to be very similar to the visuals we have witnessed in Hollywood movies.

The UFOs spotted in the video are diamond-shaped and one flying object seems double the size of the other. As the video went viral, popular alien researcher Scott C Waring analyzed the clip and assured that this sighting is authentic proof of extraterrestrial presence on the moon.

This is 100% proof that aliens are actively using our moon not just as a base, but as a home,” wrote Waring on his website UFO Sightings Daily.

A few days back, after analyzing NASA images, Scott C Waring discovered a seemingly alien ship in the moon’s Waterman crater. Waring also assured that it could be a gigantic alien space vessel which might be more than 10 miles long.

‘I Lost My Virginity to a Busty Alien Called Crescent and Have Fathered Hundreds of Extra-Terrestrial Babies’

by Samantha Brick                  March 25, 2019                       (thescottishsun.co.uk)

• Six per cent of the population believe they have been abducted by aliens. Abductees often claim that they are ‘taken’ so that aliens can take their sperm and eggs to create a new ‘hybrid’ race, targeting the same families to harvest their genetic specific material.

• David Huggins, 75, was living on his parents’ farm in Georgia, USA, when he says he was seduced by a big-breasted alien woman named Crescent as he was walking through the woods. Since then, Huggins claims he’s had many sexual encounters with extraterrestrials and believes he has fathered hundreds of alien babies. Although he has no evidence, David paints portraits of his alien lover to remember their moments together. (pictured above) “My relationship with Crescent was warm and friendly…. She was my girlfriend, really,” said Huggins (also pictured above).

• Myriame Belmyr, 68, was first abducted as a little girl, and has continued to be taken throughout her life. “I often saw dwarf-sized grey beings around my bed,” she said. “They were like pixies with black almond eyes. I never knew what they were and I didn’t know why they were in my room or what they did with me.” “Throughout my life I’d been left with unexplained marks on my body. One time I had three coin shaped bruises on my thigh that formed a triangle, and on another occasion I had a throbbing pain in my right side close to my kidney. It was only thanks to hypnosis I realized that the pain was a result of the probes they had used inside me.”

• Belmyr became the head of CeroFrance, an association created in 2014 which holds regular meet ups for those who claim to have been abducted by extra-terrestrials. “Many of us are terrified by what have happened,” she continues. “Some have lost their jobs and lost their marriage. They are very disturbed by what’s happened. But together we can safely talk about what has happened to us.” Many members recount that they’ve had their ovarian eggs or sperm removed or harvested. Aliens target the same families multiple times. “We know they follow family lines. My parents have been abducted. My children in their childhood were taken too. Each time I was abducted a probe would enter my body and my ovarian eggs were removed. I was powerless to stop it. When I was in therapy I was able to discover that the aliens viewed humans as a brutal destructive and suicidal race. That we are destroying our planet and our governments are crazy. So they are creating a new race of species with a different civilization.”

• “The most profound abduction happened to me when I was staying at my employer’s apartment in the French Alps,” says Belmyr. “It was on the sixth floor. I was in bed enjoying the view of the stars through the ceiling window. I began to doze off so I turned off the light. That’s when I heard a click. The room suddenly lit up and I saw the window was open and a cable was hanging down. I couldn’t move. I was paralyzed in bed. When I came round I was on a metallic table. There was a soft fabric over me and it was hard to breathe – I could hear the movement of surgical instruments and machines. Then the cable entered my body. I tried to fight it but I couldn’t. Little grey aliens were all around me and there was a large insect alien too. Eventually I opened my eyes and I was back in the bedroom, it was dark and the window was closed – there was no one there, but there was a heavy atmosphere in the room… I had an awful lower abdomen pain afterwards.”

• Belmyr also believes the aliens communicate with her via telepathy. “The extra-terrestrials don’t want us to remember what happens to us when we are taken so they try and mask our memories,” she says. “When I remembered the second time, I recalled being in bed. There was no roof on the house – instead there was a massive round circle above and I saw a red net coming for me. The red net took me back to the dome room and again they harvested my eggs. After I understood what had happened to me – I was much calmer. I wasn’t going mad. It’s something people don’t talk about for fear of others thinking they are crazy.” Belmyr says that, “As we humans age… [the aliens] try to leave us alone to live out the rest of our lives without their interference.”

• Gerry Battles from Co Limerick, says he was dazzled by bright light before being abducted onto a ship by an alien with a “big cone head” and “beautiful, ginormous eyes” who communicated to him telepathically in December 2001. Garry believes he was sent back to pass on a message that in over 800 years time a giant asteroid the size of the Irish province Munster is going to obliterate our planet. “The asteroid will approach your planet from the 35th Quadrant”, according to his alien abductor.

• Hilary Porter, 71, claims she was first abducted when she was just 5 years old and left her with “triangular suction marks on my stomach, blood suction marks”. After subsequent abductions, Porter suffers migraines and wakes up with bruising or bloody marks on her clothes or bed sheets. She agrees with the theory aliens want to create a hybrid race. Porter believes aliens target certain human “tribes” whose genetic make-up is of more interest. “The Celtic tribes from Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Cornwall and Brittany are definitely on the list,” she says. “They are trying to make alien human hybrids and it seems the genetic material of these races are more compatible.”

• Skeptics rationalize abductees’ experiences as everything from sleep paralysis to false memory syndrome, but there is no definitive answer to explain what abductees are experiencing. Psychologist Nicolas Dumont has spent seven years speaking to 100 ‘abductees’ in France. He is open-minded about the alien experiences. “[Abductees] have marks on their body. They have seen things around their home. We’re finding that they often report a spiritual change too: they have visions or even develop psychic powers. One woman… had a brain tumor which covered her temporal lobe in her brain like a spider’s web. After an abduction, the tumor completely disappeared… We don’t have a scientific explanation for this.”

• According to Dr. Dumont, abductees talk about six different species of aliens. “The little grey ones are popular sightings and they tend to be the ‘workers’. They have a distinct job during these abductions. [T]he tall white ones oversee what’s going on. Abductees often regard them as protective as they are stronger and more paternal. The hooded aliens can be small or large. They wear a big coat with a hood and you don’t see their faces. Then there are the reptilians, insects – a very tall Scandinavian-type alien, and also there are similar very tall blue people.”

While alien abduction might sound unbelievable to most of us, up to six per cent of the population believe they have been abducted by alien, and recently experts have been exploring the new theory aliens do exist – but we’re just ‘too stupid’ to handle it.

According to The Times, scientists are considering the possibility aliens are keeping their existence quiet – because we’re too primitive compared to them.

                         David Huggins

Those who claim they have had encounters often claim that they are ‘taken’ so that aliens can take their sperm and eggs to create a new ‘hybrid’ race, targeting the same families to harvest their genetic specific material.

Here, The Sun Online meets three people who bizarrely claim they have the proof that aliens do exist.

‘I’ve fathered hundreds of alien babies’

David Huggins, 75, was living on his parents’ farm in Georgia, America, when he says he was seduced by a big-breasted alien woman as he was walking through the woods.

“I thought, if anything, I’d be losing [my virginity] in the backseat of a Ford—something like that. But it didn’t work out that way,” he says.

Since then, David claims he’s had many sexual encounters with extraterrestrials and believes he has fathered hundreds of alien babies.

            Myriame Belmyr

Although he has no evidence, David paints portraits of his alien lover to remember their moments together.

“My relationship with Crescent was warm and friendly. A little strange. What do I mean, a little? Very strange. She was my girlfriend, really,” David said.

‘I had probes inserted inside me’

Computer engineer Myriame Belmyr, 68, also believes aliens exist.

She says she was first abducted as a little girl, and has continued to be taken throughout her life.

                            Gerry Battles

“I don’t remember when it started but I often saw dwarf-sized grey beings around my bed,” she told The Sun Online.

“They were like pixies with black almond eyes. I never knew what they were and I didn’t know why they were in my room or what they did with me.”

However, the mum-of-two, who lives in the southwest of France, didn’t realise what this meant until she was hypnotised in 2012.

She continues: “I recognised I had been abducted by extra-terrestrials throughout my life.

                              Hilary Porter

“Throughout my life I’d been left with unexplained marks on my body.

“One time I had three coin shaped bruises on my thigh that formed a triangle, and on another occasion I had a throbbing pain in my right side close to my kidney.

“It was only thanks to hypnosis I realised that the pain was a result of the probes they had used inside me.”

Aliens are using us for our sperm and eggs to create a new civilisation’

After her encounters, Myriame became the head of CeroFrance, an association created in 2014 which holds regular meet ups for those who claim to have been abducted by extra-terrestrials.

“Many of us are terrified by what have happened,” she continues. “Some have lost their jobs and lost their marriage. They are very disturbed by what’s happened. But together we can safely talk about what has happened to us.”

The members of the group have much in common: many say they have had their ovarian eggs or sperm removed or harvested, some also say they have been abducted since childhood.

According to CeroFrance members, aliens target the same families multiple times.

“Why are we taken? It’s the big question,” Myriame adds.

Mystifying Circular ‘Hole in the Sky’ Stuns UAE

by Sara Malm                    March 18, 2019                       (dailymail.co.uk)

• On March 17th, citizens were baffled after a mysterious ‘whirlpool hole’ suddenly appeared in the sky above the city of Al Ain, United Arab Emerates, near the border with Oman. The large circular patch of clear sky emerged inside the otherwise heavy cloud, as if somebody had punched a hole in the atmosphere.

• Meteorologists rushed to explain the mystifying hole. When high-level clouds have super-cooled but not frozen water droplets, an aircraft moving through this cloud layer can cause air to expand and cool as it passes. This causes a ‘fallstreak hole’ which can expand up to 30 miles across within an hour of appearing as neighboring droplets start to freeze.

• Astronomer and meteorologist Ebrahim Al Jarwan posted the video clip of the hole, confirming that the ‘rare and beautiful’ sight was referred to as a ‘fallstreak hole’ or ‘hole punch cloud’. These are often mistaken for an extraterrestrial UFO.

UAE citizens were left baffled after a mysterious ‘whirlpool hole’ suddenly appeared in the sky above the city of Al Ain this weekend.

The large circular patch of clear sky emerged inside the otherwise heavy cloud near the border with Oman, as if somebody had punched a hole in the atmosphere.

Astronomer and meteorologist Ebrahim Al Jarwan posted a short video clip of the hole on Twitter, adding that the ‘rare and beautiful’ sight was referred to as a ‘Fallstreak hole’ or ‘hole punch cloud’.

One user replied that it looked as as if ‘God has thrown a stone into a lake’, while others pondered whether the strange phenomenon had been caused by an extra terrestrial UFO.

But meteorologists quickly cleared up the mystery with a scientific explanation for the mystifying hole.

The Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence Heats Up

by Dirk Schulze-Makuch                  March 11, 2019                    (airspacemag.com)

• A remarkable meeting occurred over the weekend of March 9-10 in Tutzing, Germany, just outside of Munich. Its theme: Are we alone in the Universe? Eminent German astrobiologists and scientists were invited to give presentations, including Karl Menten, Director of the Max Planck Institute, Gerhard Haerendel, recipient of the Allan D. Emil Memorial Award for pioneering achievements in space sciences, Andreas Losch from the Institute of Systematic Theology at the University of Bern, Switzerland, and the article’s author, Dirk Schulze-Makuch, who spoke on the Cosmic Zoo hypothesis.

• The meeting was hosted by the evangelical academy, underscoring the continuing interest of religious groups in the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what it might mean for faith communities. The Catholic Church appears to me to be the most interested group of all. In 2014 the Vatican Observatory even co-hosted a conference in Arizona on whether we are alone in the Universe.

• Earlier this year, the discovery of a new source of Fast Radio Bursts suggested that they could be messages from advanced technological civilizations. Tabby’s Star, which suddenly dips its light curve, has been linked to alien megastructures.

• Last November, Avi Loeb of Harvard University suggested that ‘Oumuamua’, the first object seen to enter our Solar System from interstellar space, could be a lightsail built by an advanced intelligent civilization. Its motion seems to indicate that something other than simple gravitation might be at work.

• The longest unresolved enigma is the Wow! signal, which has all the hallmarks of an alien transmission but unfortunately was only received once. It may have been a transmission from one starship to another, or perhaps from a ship to its home base, and Earth just happened to be in the way.

• However likely or unlikely these anomalies, it is clear that interest in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence is on the rise again, as shown not only by this latest conference near Munich, but by NASA’s renewed interest in what’s now called “technosignatures” of advanced life. Many people, beyond just scientists, understand what a detection of extraterrestrial intelligent life elsewhere would mean – nothing less than a complete re-assessment of our place in the Universe.

A remarkable meeting occurred outside Munich, Germany this past weekend. Its theme: Are we alone in the Universe? The most eminent German-speaking scientists in the field of astrobiology were invited to give keynote presentations, which included talks by Karl Menten, Director of the Max Planck Institute for Radioastronomy, on the search for extraterrestrial intelligent life; by Gerhard Haerendel, recipient of the Allan D. Emil Memorial Award for pioneering achievements in space sciences, on messaging to extraterrestrial civilizations (METI); and by Andreas Losch from the Institute of Systematic Theology at the University of Bern, Switzerland, on the scientific, philosophical and theological consequences of the presence of extraterrestrial civilizations. I also gave a talk, on the possibility of complex life on other planets based on the Cosmic Zoo hypothesis.

The meeting was hosted by the evangelical academy in Tutzing, Germany, underscoring the continuing interest of religious groups in the possibility of extraterrestrial life and what it might mean for faith communities. The Catholic Church appears to me to be the most interested group of all. In recent years I’ve seen many of its representatives at scientific meetings. In 2014 the Vatican Observatory (yes, they have their own observatory) even co-hosted a conference in Arizona on whether we are alone in the Universe.

So, are we?

If you were to ask Avi Loeb of Harvard University, he would likely direct your attention to ‘Oumuamua, the first object seen to enter our Solar System from interstellar space. Last November Loeb pointed to six strange facts about ‘Oumuamua, suggesting that it could be an artificial object, possibly a lightsail built by an advanced intelligent civilization. Most puzzling of all is its shape: long, shiny and unusually thin for a rock. And its motion seems to indicate that something other than simple gravitation might be at work.

Great Pyramid Constructed by ‘Extraterrestrial God’ Based on Ancient Texts

by Tom Towers                   March 6, 2019                    (dailystar.co.uk)

• Ancient alien theory author Zecharia Sitchin has analyzed and translated ancient texts from the Egyptian, Babylonian and Assyrian ages. He reveals a particular passage from The Lost Book of Enki that indicates that a Mesopotamian “god” named Enlil built the Egyptian Great Pyramid himself, ‘filled with chambers and “pulsating crystals”’. Thus, as the translation reads, “The sunlight to the horizon it reflected, by night like a pillar of fire it was. The power of all the crystals to the heavens in a beam it focused.”

• Scientists have discovered that the pyramid can concentrate electromagnetic energy in its internal chambers and under the base. Conspiracy theorists point to Sitchin’s translation to show that Enlil bestowed the pyramid with an untapped energy. One ‘truther’ argues that the pyramid could be used as a transporter, writing: “If you stood in the shaft by the King’s Chamber when the Earth was aligned for maximum electromagnetic energy, it will transport a human across the universe.” Experts now want to discover whether the structure can be fitted with technological devices, such as solar cells.

• “Aliens chose this location for a reason,” theorists explain. The geographic co-ordinates for the Great Pyramid are 29.9792458°N, and the speed of light is 299,792,458 metres per second. Humans could not even measure the speed of light with this precision until 1950. “This striking similarity is difficult to accept as a coincidence.”

Conspiracy theorists have long argued that “ancient astronauts” visited the Earth thousands of years ago and bestowed Egyptians with advanced scientific knowledge.

But some argue that one god built the pyramid himself – and point to one particular passage from The Lost Book of Enki.

     The Great Pyramid of Giza

In it, author Zecharia Sitchin analyses and translates ancient texts from the Egyptian, Babylonian and Assyrian ages.
There is one particular section that conspiracists draw on to prop up their theory.

It describes a Mesopotamian god called Enlil building the pyramid, filled with chambers and “pulsating crystals”.
It reads: “When this artful peak to the heavens rose, to place upon it the capstone the leaders were invited.

“Of electrum, an admixture by Gibil fashioned, was the Apex Stone made.

“The sunlight to the horizon it reflected, by night like a pillar of fire it was. The power of all the crystals to the heavens in a beam it focused.”

Scientists earlier discovered that the pyramid can concentrate electromagnetic energy in its internal chambers and under the base.

Forty Years on From the Dechmont Incident, Author Looks Back at Baffling Flying Saucer Sighting

by Tracey Bryce                   March 5, 2019                       (sundaypost.com)

• On November 9, 1979, Scottish forestry worker named Bob Taylor took his dog for a walk in the woodland near Deans, Livingston (West Lothian, Scotland), known as Dechmont Woods. There, Taylor saw a large “flying dome” hovering above the forest floor. It was dark metallic with a rough texture, and an outer rim with small propellers. As he approached it, two spheres dropped down. Their protruding spikes hooked on to his trousers and forcefully dragging him towards the hovering dome. Taylor reported that he smelled a strong acid odor when he felt as if being choked and then losing consciousness.

• When he came round he was laying face-down on the grass with his dog nearby, although the strange objects had disappeared. He couldn’t speak and his legs hurt. When he made it home to his wife, he was disheveled and his clothes were torn. Police were contacted and found strange marks in the soil beneath where the craft was said to have been hovering. They also determined that his clothes had been ripped by a sharp, upward pull.

• Taylor’s alien abduction claims were ridiculed. Some claimed that Taylor had eaten some hallucinatory berries. Others believed that it was an elaborate hoax. The authorities dismissed the matter as a simple assault.
• Malcolm Robinson, 61, is a paranormal investigator who spent four decades scrutinizing the Dechmont Woods Incident. He believes this was indeed a visitation from another planet. “This case is certainly a mysterious one,” Robinson says. “As a man who has spoken to hundreds of UFO witnesses over many years, none have convinced me so much as Bob Taylor.”

• “People often think the paranormal is a big joke, but the number of sightings in recent years has certainly increased,” says Robinson. “There have been many other astonishing UFO cases which have been recorded above the Scottish skies…” “In the last 10-15 years, there have been about 300 sightings in Scotland every year – and I would class at least a third of these as bona fide sightings.” “These are certainly not aircraft. We always try to find a rational explanation before we go down the route of UFOs.”

• “Robert Taylor passed away in 2007, but his story will live long into the future.”

When forestry worker Bob Taylor took his dog for a walk in the woodland near Deans, Livingston, he did not expect the next few hours would generate headlines around the world as police launched an investigation into his possible abduction by aliens.

The hypothetical causes of what became one of the world’s most notorious flying saucer sightings involve everything from hallucinatory berries and stellar mirages to an obscure type of lightning and even anti-tank helicopters.

After 40 years of research, Malcolm Robinson, however, is certain the most outlandish remains the most likely.

          Robert Taylor

Malcolm, a paranormal investigator who has spent four decades scrutinising the account, believes there was indeed a visitation from another planet. The Dechmont Woods incident on November 9, 1979, led to a small village in West Lothian being dubbed “the twilight zone” after Bob reported seeing a large “flying dome” hovering above the forest floor.

He described it as being made from a dark metallic material with a rough texture. It also had an outer rim with small propellers.

As he approached, two spheres dropped down – and started forcefully dragging him towards the dome, their protruding spikes hooking on to his trousers, and, after smelling a strong acid scent, he described being choked and eventually losing consciousness.

When he came round he was lying face-down on the grass with his dog nearby, although the strange objects had disappeared.

He found that he couldn’t speak and his legs hurt.

When he returned home his wife was concerned at the state he was in. He appeared dishevelled and his clothes were torn.

Police were contacted and found strange marks in the soil beneath where the craft was said to have been hovering.
They also determined it was likely his clothes had been ripped by a sharp, upward pull.

They would later record the matter as an assault and the alien abduction claims were ridiculed by many. But not, Malcolm, 61, who grew up in Tullibody, Clackmannanshire.

V-Shaped UFO Spotted in United Kingdom

by Nirmal Narayanan                    March 2, 2019                   (ibtimes.co.in)

• The YouTube channels ‘UFO Sightings Hotspot’ and ‘UFOmania’ have recently uploaded a video of photos that show an eerie V-shaped flying object hovering in the skies of Failsworth, United Kingdom, which were taken last October but only recently surfaced.

• The video/photos were submitted to MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), for investigation and authentication of the image.

• Extraterrestrial buffs argue that aliens who live in the far nooks of the universe used to visit earth regularly to monitor human activities. “It looks straight out a movie, which makes you wonder what Hollywood knows?” commented YouTuber Ninorc Sinned.

• Other commentors claim that these V-shaped crafts could be secret military vessels developed by the United States Air Force. Conspiracy theorists have long been claiming that the USAF had developed a triangular craft allegedly named ‘TR-3B’ during the time of Gulf War.

• Skeptics were quick to dismiss both the alien and secret military weapon theory, choosing to believe that the V-shaped object is actually the reflection from a car window.

Popular conspiracy theory YouTube channel ‘UFOmania’ has recently uploaded a video that shows an eerie V-shaped flying object hovering in the skies of Failsworth, United Kingdom. Interestingly, the perfectly cut V-shape of the UFO seems very similar to the spacecraft which people have seen in Hollywood sci-fi films.

Even though the image was captured by the witness last October, pictures of this incident became viral after it was shared by a website named UFO Sightings Hotspot, and later by the YouTube channel UFOmania. The creepy photo is now being submitted to MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), and they are apparently investigating the authenticity of the image.

As the image went viral online, many people have started arguing that this UFO could actually be an alien vehicle from deep space. Most of these extraterrestrial buffs argue that aliens who live in the far nooks of the universe used to visit earth regularly to monitor human activities.

“It looks straight out a movi.. which makes you wonder what Hollywood knows?” commented Ninorc Sinned, a YouTube user.

A UFO Investigator in Notts (UK)

by Leftlion (blog)                   March 4, 2019                    (leftlion.co.uk)

• “I’m not a crackpot”, says this anonymous UK blogger on the UFOs News blog, TopicalTalk.com. “I’ve been researching this for over thirty years and I’m 100 percent sure that we’ve been visited by aliens. My personal conclusion is that aliens put us on this planet as a project, or they upgraded us DNA-wise from basic human beings.”

• “My best sighting was in May 1991, when I saw at least two triangular crafts in the sky over Nottingham, coming from Carlton and disappearing over Ilkeston. They were side by side, giving off a deep humming sound and flying really low over the city. I interviewed over 100 witnesses, including police officers, nurses, and housewives – people from all across the spectrum. They all saw them, and the Ministry of Defence even got involved.”

• “If the government were to come out and say that aliens exist, and that they’d been coming here for thousands of years, people wouldn’t be able to take the news; at least that’s what the papers say. But I think people would be accepting of it, and it would answer a lot of questions about humans and where we come from.”

• “I’ve been to Egypt, and there’s no way Egyptians built those pyramids. They’re absolutely precise. If you ask me, the Egyptians came along 4,000 years ago, found these structures, and put their own markings on them, like graffiti. The pyramids have been proven to be at least 12,500 years old, along with the Sphinx too.”

• “The wife and I went out to Area 51 and a guide agreed to take us as close as you were legally allowed. We climbed up White Sides Mountain which overlooks the base, but halfway up a Black Hawk helicopter started buzzing us. It was only about sixty feet away, and we had nowhere to go. We just had to watch it carefully and hope it didn’t cut our heads off with its propeller. It was total intimidation tactics. Just after that, they moved the border behind the mountain, so now you can’t climb it without being prosecuted.”

• “The only reason I set up the UFO investigation group was to find this stuff out for myself. I eventually ended up on the lecture circuit, talking about Area 51 and other sightings in venues from Southampton to Lancashire. I eventually dropped the subject to try and get back to normal life. I’ve found what I wanted; if people want answers, go and find them for yourselves. Explore every avenue, from crop circles and cattle mutilations to abductions and secret technologies. That’s the best advice I can give.”

When I was younger my siblings all saw UFOs, but I never did. I guess they were just in the right place at the right time. I bought loads of books and kept every news clipping about UFO sightings until the early nineties, when the subject seemed to be all over the papers, on the TV, in adverts. It peaked my interest; I wanted to speak to the people who were reporting these sightings, so I started a UFO investigation group.

My best sighting was in May 1991, when I saw at least two triangular crafts in the sky over Nottingham, coming from Carlton and disappearing over Ilkeston. They were side by side, giving off a deep humming sound and flying really low over the city. I interviewed over 100 witnesses, including police officers, nurses, and housewives – people from all across the spectrum. They all saw them, and the Ministry of Defence even got involved.

We asked East Midlands Airport about it, but they weren’t interested. At first I thought they might have been some sort of secret military aircraft, but why decorate them in bright lights and slowly fly them so low over the city? It could well have been alien technology being flown by non-humans.

If the government were to come out and say that aliens exist, and that they’d been coming here for thousands of years, it would have a huge impact on everything from religion to mental health. People wouldn’t be able to take the news; at least that’s what the papers say. But I think people would be accepting of it, and it would answer a lot of questions about humans and where we come from.

I’m not a crackpot; I’ve been researching this for over thirty years and I’m 100 percent sure that we’ve been visited by aliens. Erich von Däniken was on the right track: they’ve been visiting the Earth for thousands of years. My personal conclusion is that aliens put us on this planet as a project, or they upgraded us DNA-wise from basic human beings.

I’m not talking monkeys or gorillas or anything like that. I mean basic humanoid beings, as we were in the early days. God coming from the sky, the burning bush and other things from the Bible can be reinterpreted into the first interactions with UFOs. The Romans described them as burning shields in the sky, because they didn’t have the knowledge or language to describe flying disks.

Photographs of Antarctica Have Found an Object Similar to a Flying Saucer

by paradox                    March 2, 2019                     (micetimes.asia)

• Paranormal researcher Valentin Degterev recently uncovered pictures on Google Earth of what could be a flying saucer poking out of the ice on Antarctica. It appears to be about 600 metres in length and not less than 100 meters in height. He first noticed it in a 1997 image, but more recent images show a more pronounced artefact as the ice and snow have thawed. It now appears that this is clearly a man-made object, and very ancient – perhaps hundreds of thousands of years old, says Degterev.

• Degterev’s attempts to bring this to the attention of world leaders and international scholars have fallen on deaf ears. “They don’t believe in miracles, like a UFO.” Degterev believes that such discoveries were made possible for two reasons: improved appearance of mapping services like Google Maps or Google Earth, and rapid ice melting in Antarctica. (see 7:44 minute video of the Google Earth satellite images below)

A tireless researcher of the paranormal V. Degterev, if you trace his explorations, most of all pay attention somehow to the Dyatlov pass and Antarctica. The first preferred location of the study more understandable, Valentin himself from the Urals (Nizhny Tagil), but the icy continent why he was so attracted – a little mystery.

However, this can be explained because it Degterev finds most interesting, for example, the ancient pyramids, some mysterious bunkers or entrances in them. And finally frozen in the ice flying alien ships. Valentine argues that such discoveries were made possible for two reasons: appearance and to improve mapping services like Google Maps or Google Earth, as well as rapid ice melting in Antarctica.

The other day Valentin Degterev pleased subscribers to its video channel a new discovery: he found the pictures on Google Earth mysterious object, very reminiscent of a flying saucer aliens. According to the researcher, he noticed this unusual structure even in the photos of 1997, but then it was quite clear that the artifact or slightly thawed rock. Now, when the ice from the object came down even more, it is possible to determine what it is.

First, this is clearly a man-made object, probably a crashed alien ship. Secondly, a very ancient artifact, which, perhaps, hundreds of thousands of years and even millions.

For a “plate” to equip the expedition, dreamy sighs Valentine, but… no private company is not able to retrieve from under the ice this apparatus, which, apparently, is about 600 metres in length and not less than 100 meters in height. And no one will allow her to do so. The monster only international project, thanks to which mankind could acquire alien technology, and not only…

Massive Black Triangle UFO Over New Lambton Heights (AU) in 1999

by Damon Cronshaw                   February 23, 2019                    (theherald.com.au)

• In November 1999, Dean “Vern” Garner of New Lambton Heights in New South Wales, Australia was barbecuing outside on a hot, crystal clear night at 11pm, talking to a friend when they suddenly saw “what appeared to be a fire, down low behind trees”. “Then the orange light started to rise up. It rose above the eucalypt trees,” Garner said. “We could see it coming towards us. I said, ‘we’re about to find out what this thing is’. We were absolutely stunned. I said ‘what the hell is that?’. This thing was coming towards us at no more than 25km/h. It was about 30 metres high, just above the tallest eucalyptus tree. As it approached us, the hairs on our neck and arms stood up. We were in deep shock. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing.”

• A massive triangular-shaped craft flew above them. “It was travelling so low, you could have thrown a rock and hit it. It was directly above our heads,” Garner said. “As we stood underneath it, there was no doubt what it was. We knew straight away it was an alien craft from another planet. There’s nothing like that on our planet. I never thought I’d see a UFO in my life. It seemed to take a minute for the whole craft to pass over our house.”

• Light from the craft shone on them and the house. The pair screamed, “hello, hello”. “We felt calm, like we weren’t in any danger. It was almost like it was being emitted from the ship somehow,” he said. The UFO had five lights, including a massive orange light in its center. “It was kind of like the inside of an orange when you cut an orange in half,” he said. The orange light itself was about “three quarters the size of a football field”. But the triangular craft was much bigger. It appeared to be made of a substance that he likened to “black glass or titanium”. “This thing was absolutely huge. It was 50 to 100 times the size of a 747,” Garner estimated. “It was a massive ship. It seemed to float on air. There were no engines, no flames, no sound. It was completely silent. It was absolutely beautiful. It came from another world, an advanced world. We had the distinct impression that we and everything around us were being filmed. We didn’t know why, we just had that feeling.”

• In 1989 to 1990, witnesses reported large black silent triangles many times in Belgium. This wave of sightings included a large number of police reports and the Belgian government’s official interest in the sightings. Retired Belgian Major General Wilfried de Brouwer, who oversaw the investigation, said there were about 2000 reported sightings. In one case, two police officers spotted a triangular object with three spotlights illuminating the field over which it hovered. In its center was a red flashing light.

• Some have suggested this type of UFO could be United States Air Force surveillance aircraft developed under “black operations”.

Dean “Vern” Garner has kept a secret for 20 years. He thinks about it often, but hardly speaks about it because he has no proof.

The memory came back vividly recently when he was throwing out old newspapers kept for painting. One fell on the floor.

It contained a story, published in this column in November 2017, about Geoff and Maree Masters. Dean hadn’t come across the story until then.

     New South Wales, Australia

The couple had shared their story about seeing a massive black triangle-shaped UFO from their Edgeworth front yard one night in the late 1990s.

Dean, who owns Vern’s Guitar Clinic at Wallsend, had a similar experience.

“It was 1999, around November. It was a hot, crystal clear night. You could see the stars. There was no breeze,” he said.
He was living on Grandview Road at New Lambton Heights on top of a ridge. That night, he was having a barbecue.

At about 11pm, he was outside talking to a mate about the forthcoming new year.

Suddenly, they could see “what appeared to be a fire, down low behind trees”.

They also thought it could be lightning.

“Then the orange light started to rise up. It rose above the eucalypt trees,” he said.

“We could see it coming towards us. I said, ‘we’re about to find out what this thing is’.

“We were absolutely stunned. I said ‘what the hell is that?’. This thing was coming towards us at no more than 25km/h.

“It was about 30 metres high, just above the tallest eucalyptus tree.

“As it approached us, the hairs on our neck and arms stood up. We were in deep shock. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing.”

A massive triangular-shaped craft flew above them.

Astronomers Are Asking Kids to Help Them Contact Aliens

by Sigal Samuel                   February 21, 2019                          (vox.com)

• In 1974, scientists at Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico used the 1,000-foot-wide radio telescope to send a carefully crafted radio broadcast into outer space – a message of zeros and ones meant to alert aliens to our existence for the first time. In honor of the 45th anniversary of that transmission, researchers at the observatory are pondering how to design a follow-up dispatch. Rather than asking their fellow experts, they’ve launched a global contest inviting youth, from kindergarteners to 16-year-olds, to create the New Arecibo Message.

• Says Abe Pacini, a researcher at Arecibo, “Sometimes the scientists are so focused on their topics and they can see stuff very deep but they cannot see very broad… Students know a little bit about everything, so they can see the big picture better. For sure they can design a message that is actually much more important.” Teams composed of up to ten students plus one mentor must register by March 20th. The more diverse the team is, the more points it gets. The contest guidelines recommend using social media to find possible teammates in other countries or regions. The Arecibo scientists will determine which, if any, message will be selected to represent Earth.

• The 1974 Arecibo message was authored by Frank Drake and Carl Sagan and provided basic information about us, like the position of Earth in our solar system, the size of the human population, the shape of the human body, and the double helix structure of DNA. (The information about the nucleotides in DNA has since been shown to be false.) The message was beamed at M13, a globular star cluster 25,000 light years away. (But these primitive radio waves would take 25,000 years for the message to get there.)

• Another determination that the scientists will make is the “risks of exposure” inherent in messaging alien civilizations. Scientists like the late Stephen Hawking and technologists like Elon Musk have warned that communicating with extraterrestrials could pose an existential threat to the Earth if the message is received by hostile aliens. In 2015, SETI researchers, Elon Musk, and others released a statement saying, “We strongly encourage vigorous international debate by a broadly representative body prior to engaging further in this activity.”

• Astronomer and science fiction author David Brin, one of the most vocal critics of an Arecibo Message, says that, “[M]ost of us are much more concerned about the arrogance these zealots are displaying by presuming to speak for a civilization of 8 billion people without ever exposing their assumptions to normal debate and risk assessment.” Brin also noted, “Their instrument (the Arecibo Telescope) is funded by the taxpayers.”

• Douglas Vakoch, an astrobiologist who worked at SETI before splitting off to found his own international organization, Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence (METI), points out that “[A]ny civilization that could do us harm would already know we’re here from our accidental TV and radio leakage.” Vakoch says that the most important aspect of this communication may be our announcing to the galaxy that we are ready to make contact. Known as the ‘Zoo Hypothesis’, this is the idea that extraterrestrials may be keeping an eye on our planet but are waiting for us to indicate that we want to be in contact and that we’re sophisticated enough to merit attention.

• Neither a 1967 Outer Space Treaty ratified by dozens of countries and adopted by the United Nations which laid out an anti-weaponization framework for space, nor a SETI post-ET-detection protocol drafted in the 1980’s, addresses any protocol for actively sending out messages to other civilizations.

• For Brin, all this anxiety over interstellar communication seems like a reflection of our anxieties about communicating with one another. Underneath the question of how to talk to alien minds is a question that’s much closer to home: how to make ourselves understood to other minds right here on Earth.

• On a bulletin board at the Arecibo visitor center where kids were invited to post messages, one child’s misspelled missive was especially poignant: “Earth is destroying it self. Help us! Please help! Send better knowledg.”

[Editor’s Note]   Sending radio waves into space is like traveling across the American continent in horse-drawn covered wagons. This is just another example of mainstream scientists pretending to be on the cutting edge of space exploration when, in fact, our secret space programs are hundreds of years more advanced in space technology. Also, this speculation as to what kinds of extraterrestrials are out there, and the hand-wringing at what hostile ETs might do to our planet if we are “found”, is just more disinformation. We already know that many, many types of ET beings have already been here throughout our human development on Earth, and have been actively interacting with Earth humans since WWII. All of this drama about searching for intelligent life in the cosmos is simply theater to placate a mind-controlled Earth populace.

The scientists at Arecibo Observatory, a gigantic radio telescope in Puerto Rico, are some of the smartest astronomers and physicists in the world. But they need help with their next big project — and for that, they’re turning to kids.
In 1974, scientists used the 1,000-foot-wide telescope to send a carefully crafted radio broadcast into outer space, a message of zeros and ones meant to alert aliens to our existence.

It was humanity’s first interstellar message intended to be picked up by aliens. We haven’t heard back from E.T. yet. But in honor of the 45th anniversary of that transmission, the researchers at the observatory are pondering how to design a follow-up dispatch. Rather than asking their fellow experts, they’ve launched a global contest inviting youth — from kindergarteners to 16-year-olds — to create the New Arecibo Message.

The Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico

The grand prize? A chance to have your message broadcast into the stars, and to potentially become the first human being ever to communicate with aliens.

I asked Alessandra Abe Pacini, a researcher at Arecibo who helped generate the idea for the contest, why kids are the best people for the job. “Sometimes the scientists are so focused on their topics and they can see stuff very deep but they cannot see very broad,” she said. “Students know a little bit about everything, so they can see the big picture better. For sure they can design a message that is actually much more important.”

But designing messages to aliens is a tricky business, on multiple levels. How do you write a missive that an alien intelligence will be able to understand? Should you avoid including sensitive information about humanity, in case that emboldens aliens to come to our planet and annihilate our species? Should you avoid transmitting messages into outer space altogether, because even just alerting aliens to our existence is too risky?

These questions are at the heart of a long-running, and sometimes very heated, debate among scientists. There’s no consensus about any of them, or even about the meta-question of who gets to decide on the answers.

One thing is clear, though: The stakes are extremely high. As scientists like the late Stephen Hawking and technologists like Elon Musk have warned, communicating with extraterrestrials could pose a catastrophic risk to humanity. In fact, if we send out a message and it’s received by less-than-friendly aliens, that could pose an existential threat not only to the human species but to every species on Earth.

The Original Arecibo Message

When space scientists wanted to celebrate a huge upgrade that had been made to the Arecibo Observatory in 1974, two of their greatest minds stepped up to draft a memo to aliens. It would be broadcast from the telescope during a public ceremony. Frank Drake, who came up with the famous “Drake Equation” for estimating the odds that intelligent life exists in our galaxy, crafted the message with help from Carl Sagan, the astronomer and popular science writer who penned Contact and popularized the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) organization.

Written in binary code — a series of ones and zeros — the message was designed with the hope of being intelligible to any aliens who might be listening. It sought to give them some basic information about us, like the position of Earth in our solar system, the size of the human population, the shape of the human body, and the double helix structure of DNA. When you look at the message in pictogram form, you can see all these components and more.

But this interstellar postcard was directed at M13, a globular star cluster 25,000 light years away, which may help explain why we haven’t heard back yet — it’ll take 25,000 years for the message to get there and the same amount of time for any reply to get back to us. The scientists chose that destination partly because the star cluster was big and relatively close, and partly just because it was within the telescope’s declination range (the part of the sky it can target) at the time of the ceremony.

In other words, the scientists weren’t really aiming to communicate with an alien civilization in their lifetimes so much as they were trying to publicly showcase the fact that their telescope could now do something incredible: For nearly three minutes, it sent a cosmic hello from humanity into the sky, as the audience assembled on site was moved to tears.

End of Days? What Happens if Antarctica’s Giant Cavity-Filled Glacier Melts?

February 21, 2019                   (sputniknews.com)

• Researchers at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory have discovered that the 74,000 square mile (192,000 square kilometre) Thwaites Glacier in Western Antarctica is melting and has created a huge ‘glacial cavity’ at the bottom of it containing 14 billion tons of frozen fresh water. And it is still melting at an “explosive” rate.

• This demonstrates that Antarctic ice is not only melting in areas adjacent to oceans, but also from underneath its thick ice sheets. Were the Thwaites Glacier to melt completely, it could cause global sea levels to rise by some two feet. Such a rise would be enough to threaten coastal cities around the globe, flooding island nations and leading to soil erosion. Lucas Zoet, a science professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s department of geoscience, fears that the collapse of the Thwaites Glacier “could potentially destabilize the whole region of West Antarctica.” And this doesn’t include the concurrent ice melt from other parts of Antarctica, the Arctic and Greenland.

• Last year, researchers from Germany, Austria and Australia released a study which concluded that with sea levels expected to rise two feet worldwide by the year 2300, low-lying areas of Florida and Bangladesh, and entire nations such as the Maldives in the Indian Ocean or Kiribati in the Pacific, would be threatened, with massive coastal urban areas such as Shanghai, London, New York, and New Orleans affected as well.

• The Thwaites ice formation also serves to prevent other nearby glaciers from sliding toward the sea. If that happens and those glaciers melt, sea levels would rise not by two feet, but up to ten feet, affecting areas of human habitation much further inland and causing even more chaos to local ecosystems.

• Researchers from the Antarctic Research Centre at New Zealand’s Victoria University of Willington and McGill University in Canada have recently published an article in Nature which warned that the billions of tons of freshwater melt flowing into the oceans from melting ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica would cause the global oceanic conveyor belt network to diminish, resulting in longer, more extreme hot or cold snaps, wet spells and dry stretches, and greater temperature variance throughout the world.

• According to Dr. Ted Scambos, a senior research scientist at the US National Snow and Ice Data Centre, “The point is not so much [in] whether or not it’s going to happen… the important thing is how fast is this going to happen.” (see 4:58 minute CBS News video on the Antarctic glacial melt below)

[Editor’s Note]  It appears that, in addition to a much more rapid rate of rising sea levels, the continent of Antarctica might sooner reveal the remnants of a non-human civilization concealed underneath the ice.

The glacial cavity, found at the bottom of a glacier in western Antarctica with the use of ice-penetrating radar and satellites with high-resolution lenses, was discovered by researchers at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, who called the find “disturbing” and warned that the mysterious cavity, once containing 14 billion tonnes of frozen fresh water, was still growing at an “explosive” rate. The discovery is vital, the scientists said, because it demonstrated that Antarctic ice is melting not only in areas adjacent to oceans, but also from underneath its thick ice sheets.

Rising Sea Levels

The immediate and most obvious concern about the discovery is that if the Thwaites Glacier, which extends some 192,000 square kilometres, or 74,000 square miles, were to melt completely, it could raise global sea levels by some 2 feet (0.6 metres). According to the Smithsonian Institute, such a rise would be enough to threaten coastal cities around the globe, flooding island nations and leading to soil erosion.

Last year, researchers from Germany, Austria and Australia released a studywhich concluded that with sea levels expected to rise two feet worldwide by the year 2300, low-lying areas of Florida and Bangladesh, and entire nations such as the Maldives in the Indian Ocean or Kiribati in the Pacific, would be threatened, with massive coastal urban areas such as Shanghai, London, New York, and New Orleans affected as well.

If rising sea levels come to pass sooner than expected thanks to new, previously unknown phenomena, like the Thwaites Glacier cavity, “that’s going to really throw a wrench into the ability for these nations to plan and prepare for the impacts of sea level rise,” Dr. Ted Scambos, a senior research scientist at the US National Snow and Ice Data Centre, told USA Today.

Fleets of Dangerous Icebergs?

In addition to its massive store of frozen fresh water, the Thwaites ice formation is thought to serve as an important ‘door stop’, preventing nearby glaciers from sliding toward the sea. If that happens and those glaciers melt, sea levels would rise not by two feet, but up to ten feet (three metres), affecting areas of human habitation much further inland and causing even more chaos to local ecosystems.

In this sense, Thwaites “holds a kind of wildcard for being able to increase the rate of sea-level rise quite rapidly if things unfold a certain way,” Scambos said.

In addition to their possible threat to local wildlife, icebergs breaking off from Antarctica could pose a major threat to human oceanic activities, particularly shipping. In 2018, New Zealand news portal Engineering News warned that Antarctic icebergs were already posing a heightened hazard to southerly shipping routes. A year earlier, the US Coast Guard’s International Ice Patrol warned shipping companies that an unusually high number of icebergs were drifting into shipping lanes in northern areas, with the monitoring agency reporting four seasons of “extreme” danger in a row due to bergs drifting through the North Atlantic.

And while Antarctic icebergs are seen as less of a threat than those forming in the Northern Hemisphere and the Arctic, given existing shipping lanes, they still pose a threat, according to scientists.

Baltic Sea Anomaly: What Is It and Why Does it Confound Scientists?

by Sebastian Kettley                  February 20, 2019                   (express.co.uk)

• Discovered in 2011 by Swedish divers Peter Lindberg and Dennis Asberg, the Baltic Sea Anomaly is a peculiar sonar image in the northern Baltic Sea, in the Gulf of Bothnia (near Sweden and Finland), measuring 210ft (70m) across. The anomaly appears roughly circular in shape, with two inlets and three prong-like portions. Some have suggested it looks like the Millennium Falcon spaceship from the Star Wars film series.  (see 1:48 minute video on the anomaly below)

• Some claim that the anomaly is a downed UFO. Others believe it to be a submerged World War 2 bunker, or a glacier remnant, or a perfectly natural geological formation. Others have suggested it could be a 14,000-years-old ancient temple built by a highly advanced civilization.

• Volker Bruchert, an associate professor of geology at Stockholm University, said, “My hypothesis is that this… structure was formed during the Ice Age many thousands of years ago.” “Possibly these rocks were transported there by glaciers.”

• A team of researchers known as the Ocean X Team reported that electronic devices used near the anomaly would mysteriously stop working. “Anything electric out there – and the satellite phone as well – stopped working when we were above the object,” said Ocean X researcher Stefan Hogerborn. “And then we got away about 200 meters and it turned on again, and when we got back over the object it didn’t work.”

• In 2017, an Israeli scientist who studied rock samples collected by Ocean X said the Anomaly contained unusual metals which could not have originated from natural geological processes. The Ocean X Team is adamant that the Baltic Sea Anomaly is not a natural structure. They’ve suggested that the government is holding back the truth of what the anomaly really is. “We have been fooled by our government before, and yes they do everything they can to ruin us.”

The incredibly bizarre phenomenon on the seabed of the Baltic Sea is one of the biggest mysteries of the 21st century. The Baltic Sea Anomaly is a peculiar sonar image snapped in the northern Baltic Sea, in the Gulf of Bothnia, in the year 2011. Due to its unusual shape and large measurements, roughly 210ft (70m) across, conspiracy theorists have claimed the anomaly is a downed UFO. Others have proposed the Baltic Sea Anomaly is a submerged World War 2 bunker, a glacier remnant or a perfectly natural geological formation. So, what is it?

What is the Baltic Sea Anomaly?

The Baltic Sea Anomaly was discovered in 2011 by a Swedish team of divers, dubbed Ocean X Team, who were searching the Bothnian Sea for sunken treasure.

The Gulf of Bothnia serves as a waterway bridging Sweden and Finland and flows into the Baltic Sea.

During a treasure-hunting escapade into the landlocked body of water, the divers snapped a bizarre sonar image at a depth of 300ft (100m) beneath the water.

The anomaly appears roughly circular in shape, with two inlets and three prong-like portions.

 location of Baltic Sea Anomaly

From a distance, it looks like a chunky E, although some have suggested it looks like the Millennium Falcon spaceship from the Star Wars series of films.

Due to the Anomaly’s bizarre shape, scores of conspiracy theorists have spent years trying to explain its supposed extraterrestrial origin.

Some have suggested the Anomaly is a 14,000-years-old ancient temple built by a highly advanced civilisation centuries ago.

Peter Lindberg and Dennis Asberg, who discovered the Anomaly, themselves were baffled by their incredible finding.
In an official Ocean X Team video uploaded to YouTube in December 2018, Mr Lindberg described the Anomaly as he first saw it.

He said: “One thing I find strange is that we have this hard surface but still we have a darker colour.

“If it is a hard surface it should have this white colour all over it but instead it looks like the bottom, which consists of clay and mud, which is very soft.

“The only hard surfaces we see are these thin lines, which are the corridors and the angular structures we have on the object.

“So this is something I want to find out – why it looks like this.”

UFOs Spotted by Pilots During Night Lesson

by Jamie Brassington                     February 19, 2019                           (expressandstar.com)

• On the evening of February 14, 2019, two flying instructors for Air Midwest and their students, flying separate planes out of Halfpenny Green Airport in Bobbington, south Staffordshire (near Birmingham, England), were flying over Gloucestershire when all four pilots spotted ‘two square lights’ in the sky – one red and the other orange – which did not fit the appearance of any known aircraft.

• The pilots of both planes tried to track down the objects but could not reach them as the red and orange UFOs moved further south of Gloucester. Nor could they determine the size or distance of the objects, due to their strange appearance. Both pilots informed air traffic control and each other about what they had witnessed. The flying school has made its own inquiries as to what the objects were, but so far have found no answers. One of the instructors filed a report on what they witnessed.

• One pilot was the school’s chief flight instructor with 40 years of flying experience and 22,000 flying hours under his belt. The other instructor has 10 years flying experience and 2,000 flying hours, and also flies for a UK airline. Both students were also fully qualified pilots who were taking part in night navigation training.

• One pilot said, “I observed, initially, two large square orange lights, one on top of each other, but slightly off set. However there was a gap in height between them.” “The top object was constantly orange. The lower one occasionally flickered white, but for the majority of the time it was orange. In addition to that, on two occasions I observed five orange lights but that was momentarily.” “On our return leg up to (Halfpenny Green Airport), we climbed 7,000ft by Worcester and commenced a turn to observe the lights. At this point they seemed lower than us in the same place and stationary.” “I have no idea what these objects were.”

Unidentified flying objects were spotted by pilots from Halfpenny Green Airport during a night-time flying lesson.
One pilot described seeing ‘two square lights’ that were ‘large and orange’ – which did not fit the appearance of any known aircraft.

Two flying instructors and their students were flying over Gloucestershire when all four pilots spotted the lights on Thursday, between 8.15pm and 8.45pm.

Both small aeroplanes tried to track down the objects but could not reach them.

       Staffordshire, UK

The pilots could not determine the size or distance of the objects, due to their strange appearance.

A spokesman for Air Midwest – a flying school and aviation services company based at the airport in Bobbington, south Staffordshire – said: “At approximately 8.15pm, one of our aircraft was tracking south towards Gloucester at 7,000ft after leaving the Birmingham air traffic zone.

“At the same time one of our other aircraft was also tracking south towards Gloucester at 4,000ft when both aircraft observed one red and one orange light in the the sky, south of Gloucester.

“Our aircraft approached the lights on an interception track but were unable to gain on the objects as they appeared to move further south of Gloucester as our aircraft approached. We were unable to identify the lights.”

One pilot was the school’s chief flight instructor. He is a long haul airline pilot with 40 years of flying experience and 22,000 flying hours under his belt.

The other instructor has 10 years flying experience and 2,000 flying hours, and also flies for a UK airline.

Both students were also fully qualified pilots who were taking part in night navigation training.

The two pilots, flying in a Grob G115 and PA-28 Warrior, spoke to air traffic control and each other about what they had witnessed.

The flying school has made its own enquiries as to what the objects were, but so far have found no answers.
It is the first time that the flying school has encountered a ‘UFO’ event, said director Tim Brannon, speaking to the Express & Star.

“There were reports all over about this UFO,” said Tim.

Ancient Civilizations and the Sixties: The Obsession with Ancient Astronauts

by Tobias Churton                      February 11, 2019                        (ancient-origins.net)

• The 1960’s was a decade when mainstream minds opened up to the possibility that we might owe a lot more to extraterrestrials than just compelling sci fi entertainment.

• Erich von Däniken’s book Chariots of the Gods?, published in 1968, explored the idea that alien beings visited Earth in the distant past, having technologies that we are only now capable of understanding. Chariots alludes to a Biblical prophesy of ET’s coming back to usher in a New Age. In II Kings 2:3-9 the prophet Elijah ascended to heaven in a “fiery chariot” with horses in a whirlwind. This was interpreted as a spacecraft. But Elijah was the herald who would signal the “Day of the Lord” (Yom Jahveh) and the last judgment. So the Bible’s apocalyptic scheme could be interpreted as a parousia of superior technology from outer space, constituting the New Age. And this New Age would only come when our own technology had reached a stage where we would not be paralyzed with awe and fear at the sight of an alien and their technology.

• Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 movie 2001 A Space Odyssey directly attributes the evolution of an ancient civilization to alien contact . And it involved a quasi-spiritual transformative experience as depicted in the film’s psychedelic tripping special-effects climax, which was well received by 1960’s audiences. Thus, the Sixties “Peace Movement” acquired spiritual, apocalyptic dimensions. “Evidence” for such celestial interest could be sought in the mysterious archaeology of ancient civilizations, while “psychics” provided extraterrestrial messages of tedious consistency: peace and love.

• The issue of an alleged alien role in human civilization was compounded by a prevalent suspicion that the Earth’s destiny was being secretly directed by “hidden masters”, in the U.S. generally identified with a secret government. This zeitgeist spawned numerous conspiracy/paranoia movies and shows such as the drama series The Invaders which posited the secret takeover of government agencies by aliens indistinguishable from human authorities, and the children’s adventure story “Tintin” where he accidentally uncovers underground primitive temples whose enormous stone figures strongly resemble astronauts. Tintin starts receiving telepathic messages as does a freelance UFO scientist who is in mental communication with aliens and who explains how the ancient people of the island worshiped extraterrestrials as gods. At the adventure’s climax, Tintin and friends are lifted from the exploding island by a flying saucer telepathically summoned.

• Possibly the first manifestation of the “counter-culture” as a self-conscious entity was seen in the free-spirit mindset of swinging London in the 1960’s. Much of it revolved around a Cambridge graduate nic-named “Hoppy” who walked away from a career as a nuclear physicist to form an underground photo exchange guild among the prominent faces in the London art and music scene, sort of like the first social media. This served to create a dynamic context for communication and knowledge, and a cohesive sense of belonging and common purpose within the London counter-culture. This led to Rhaune Laslett and others launching the infamous London “Free School” in Notting Hill, west London, a utopian place where people could be educated in esoteric knowledge. In 1966, Hoppy established the UFO Club, a popular venue that experimented in psychedelic light and sound. The Pink Floyd (with Syd Barrett) played there regularly and held a benefit show to raise money for the Free School.  (see 29:47 minute video of the Pink Floyd performing for swinging Londoners at the UFO Club, including John Lennon of the Beatles, below)

• The Free School was located in the basement of a house belonging to John Frederic Carden Michell. Michell saw the emergence of the UFO phenomenon as giving leverage to the opening of minds to new ideas about human origins. Michell offered Free School courses in UFO’s, ley lines, and Gnostic traditions. Michell supported William Blake’s dynamic psycho-spiritual and geographical myths, and believed that the British Isles held a unique role in the return of traditional consciousness to the world. And it was Michell who drew up the Glastonbury Festival “pyramid” stage on proper cosmic dimensions. Glastonbury stands today as a living monument to this fertile Sixties-based impetus.

Amid numerous secular apocalypses of the Sixties, we cannot ignore the remarkable impact of Erich von Däniken’s book Chariots of the Gods? (the question-mark is, note, frequently omitted). Published in 1968, Chariots of the Gods? explored the idea that alien beings visited Earth in the distant past and stimulated ancient civilizations with knowledge of interstellar travel and technical feats now familiar to viewers of the Sixties Space Race and Star Trek . While von Däniken took enormous liberties with “factual fiction” to produce a compelling bestseller, the book’s interest for us lies in how its extremely colorful story was interpreted.

Chariots of the Gods

Everything we have been discussing about the Sixties had fertilized the imaginative soil into which the “chariots of the gods” idea was cast. Not content with relating heavenly symbols in Akkadian tablets discovered in Mesopotamia to pre-Columbian inscriptions of deities in contexts which—with the benefit of imaginations primed for the purpose—could be interpreted as resembling “spacecraft”, the author reinterpreted biblical stories on analogous lines, initiating a trend that continues to this day. For example, von Däniken took the description of prophet Elijah assumed to heaven in a “fiery chariot” with horses in a whirlwind (II Kings 2:3-9) as the way a ninth century BC individual would describe a flying saucer, or the like, descending to earth and taking—even abducting—a human being out of this world. And here is the nub of our point. Elijah was widely believed in Jesus’s time to be the herald whose coming to earth would signal the “Day of the Lord” (Yom Jahveh) and the last judgment. So—taking the alien scenario as a framework—if a heavenly figure returned by alien spacecraft, then the Bible’s apocalyptic scheme could be interpreted as an eventual parousia of superior technology from outer space, constituting the New Age. Spiritual ideas were trans-placed by, and confused with, scientific technology. Very soon after von Däniken’s book appeared, earnest advocates, or “channellers”, for the “mission” of alleged “spacepeople” asserted they were coming to wrap up the mystery of human existence when, it was argued, our own technology had reached a stage when confrontation with “theirs” would not precipitate our wilting into aphasic terror and helpless awe.

Meanwhile, Kubrick’s astonishing 1968 movie 2001 A Space Odyssey suggested that even going to the Moon risked encounter with alien intelligence. The film’s climax turned psychedelic tripping through special-effects (colored lights) into a quasi-spiritual transformative experience, delighting audiences pre-oriented by chemical stimulants. 2001 directly attributed evolution of ancient civilization to alien contact . What is even more striking is how this whole quasi-religious scheme plugged in to popular ideas about U.F.O’s relating to fear of nuclear catastrophe: seeds powerfully planted in Robert Wise’s 1951 film The Day the Earth Stood Still . Thus, the Sixties “Peace Movement” acquired spiritual, apocalyptic dimensions. All that was required now was a celestial visitation and sanction. “Evidence” for such celestial interest could be sought in the mysterious archaeology of ancient civilizations, while “psychics” provided extraterrestrial messages of tedious consistency: peace and love; share and share alike; beware of the military-industrial complex! Repent ye, for the kingdom of God (or alien technology) is at hand.” You could have gotten the same messages from Top of the Pops.
Alien Role in Human Civilization

The issue of alleged alien role in human civilization was compounded by a prevalent suspicion that the Earth’s destiny was being secretly directed by supposed “hidden masters”, in the U.S. generally identified with secret government (the creepy 1967 US TV drama series The Invaders actually posited the secret takeover of government agencies by aliens indistinguishable from human authorities—aka communists—how’s that for calculated paranoia!). suspicion that government actually knew about aliens, but wasn’t telling us, fed directly into popular Belgian children’s visual storyteller Hergé’s next project, his penultimate “Tintin” adventure, Flight 714 ( Vol 714 pour Sydneyin the original French).
I well recall, aged eight, seizing on a fresh copy of this book in late 1968 from the shelves of the rather magical Victorian “Athenaeaum” private library in Melbourne, Australia, which my family used to visit on Friday nights, unaware that a launch party for the book in Paris in May of that year was prevented by the epoch-marking events of Parisian students taking to the streets in the name of revolution and anti-Gaullism.

Hergé’s story has Tintin diverted by criminals to an island south of Indonesia where he accidentally uncovers underground primitive temples whose enormous stone figures strongly resemble astronauts. Tintin starts receiving telepathic messages that draw him further into the labyrinth. Eventually he encounters a secret scientist, “Mik Kanrockitoff,” apparently a freelance U.F.O. scientist-enthusiast from the magazine Space Week, who is in mental communication with aliens and who explains how the ancient people of the island worshipped extraterrestrials as gods.

Statement on David Icke being Banned from entering Australia

On February 20, 2019, David Icke was banned from entering Australia to start a five city speaking tour. His banning occurred fours hours before his departure from Los Angeles to Melbourne, despite being granted a visa in September 2018. He has previously visited Australia 10 times to give lecture tours where he has spoken about a range of geopolitical topics, including the role of Reptilian entities in controlling the planet.

You can read about the reasons given by the Australian Government in this news story here: https://tinyurl.com/y3ux8uwq

For Icke’s response see: https://www.davidicke.com/article/522…

As an Australian citizen, I wish to express my strong opposition to this banning and hope Icke succeeds in having the ban overturned ASAP. The following video statement has been created to support Icke’s freedom of speech rights and outrage over what the Australian Government has done.

Aliens Will ‘Probably Fire Space Lasers at Us – Rather Than Visiting From Super Earth Planets

by Harry Pettit                   January 30, 2019                   (thesun.co.uk)

• German scientist Dr Michael Hippke theorizes that the gravity on alien worlds may be so strong that rockets can’t power through their atmospheres. Therefore, if an advanced alien civilization wanted contact another world, i.e.: the Earth, then they would probably fire lasers at us.

• Working with the Sonneberg Observatory in Germany, Dr Hippke has explored the difficulty of spaceflight for inhabitants of distant planets called Super Earths. Scientists have spotted dozens of them outside of our solar system, and many believe they offer our best chance of finding alien life. But the huge planets’ gravitational pull is far stronger than ours, meaning they’d need a lot more fuel to escape them than we do here on Earth. “This makes space-flight on these worlds very challenging,” said Hippke. “On more massive planets, spaceflight would be exponentially more expensive.”

• “Civilizations from Super Earths are much less likely to explore the stars,” Dr Hippke said. Instead, they would use “lasers or radio telescopes for interstellar communication.”

• The research was published in the International Journal of Astrobiology.

Aliens looking to contact Earth will probably fire lasers at us rather than lugging their spacecraft all the way across the galaxy.

That’s according to German scientist Dr Michael Hippke, who says the gravity on alien worlds may be so strong that rockets can’t power through their atmospheres.

Working with the Sonneberg Observatory in Germany, he explored the difficulty of spaceflight for inhabitants of distant planets called Super Earths.

Scientists have spotted dozens of them outside of our solar system, and many believe they offer our best chance of finding alien life.

      Dr Michael Hippke

Many of them are significantly bigger than Earth, and this could cause problems for any extraterrestrial rocket scientists living there, Dr Hippke said.

Each planet’s gravitational pull is far stronger than ours, meaning you’d need a lot more fuel to escape them than you do on Earth.

Dr Hippke’s calculated the forces needed for a rocket to escape the atmosphere of a Super Earth 70% wider and 10 times heavier than our planet.

He showed a rocket on a Super Earth would need to weigh around 444,000 tons due to fuel requirements – about the mass of the Great Pyramid of Giza.

“Many rocky exoplanets are heavier and larger than the Earth, and have higher surface gravity,” Dr Hippke told Space.com.

“This makes space-flight on these worlds very challenging. On more massive planets, spaceflight would be exponentially more expensive.”

Massive UFO Spotted Above Mexican Skies May Be Proof of Alien Life

by Nirmal Narayanan                February 2, 2019                  (ibtimes.co.in)

• Gerardo Choko Trompetas recently sent the YouTube channel ‘Mavi777’ a video he shot of an apparently massive UFO hovering in the skies above the city of Tijuana, Mexico, in broad daylight. The object emanated lights from its apparently metallic body in regular intervals.  (see 2:27 minute video clip below)

• YouTube critics were quick to dismiss the alien ship, arguing that this is a manipulated clip to rack up views on the internet. As per these sceptics, it is hard to believe that only one person filmed this sighting when a large object appeared above a city in broad daylight.

Conspiracy theorists all across the world believe that UFO sightings are an authentic proof of alien existence. Adding heat to their views, Mavi777, a popular conspiracy theory YouTube channel has uploaded a video that shows a massive UFO hovering in the skies above the city of Tijuana, Mexico.

In the video, Mavi777 reveals that the video was originally sent to the channel by a man named Gerardo Choko Trompetas. In the video, a saucer-shaped object can be seen clearly hovering the skies in broad daylight, and interestingly, the shape of the UFO possessed striking similarities with flying objects we see in Hollywood movies.

Even though the object remained static throughout the video’s run time, the object emanated lights from its apparently metallic body in regular intervals.

As the video uploaded by Mavi777 went viral, conspiracy theorists outlandishly confirmed that this object which appeared in Mexico could be actually an alien space ship from the deep space. Some of these conspiracy theorists even went a step ahead and assured that these extraterrestrials are now gearing up for an invasion.

Canadian Scientist Released Secret UFO Archive

by paradox                 January 30, 2019                     (micetimes.asia)

• Victor Viggiani, a retired school principal from Toronto, Canada, addressed a distinguished panel at the Alien Cosmic Expo in 2016 with classified documents of the North American Command Aerospace Defense (NORAD) concerning the observations of U.S. and Canadian fighter pilots engaging UFOs. (see 1:56 minute video below) He released the documents in spite of being threatened with being indicted for espionage and threat to national security.

• Among the eleven NORAD documents, there were 75 reported cases of pilot “intercepts”, where military craft came very close to alien craft. According to one document, in 2001, two CF-18 aircraft climbed to 35,000 feet and saw three flying saucers. Another document reveals how on November 14, 2008 a metal element, likely part of a UFO, was discovered.

• Notwithstanding, a Canadian Intelligence Committee report advised that Canada should go on a “parallel system” with the United States Air Force, to play down UFOs at all costs.

Victor Viggiani from Toronto has published some classified documents of the North American command aerospace defense (NORAD), which was relevant a few decades ago.

Male 30 years ago was engaged in the study of UFOs. He could not disclose any information, as all its activities are classified. Only now, after retirement, Victor was able to uncover some peculiarities of their work.

There were published 11 files, which referred to the observations of fighter pilots in flying saucers. There were 75 cases where the U.S. military is very close to the alien ships.

                          Victor Viggiani

Victor notes that every year in the sky there are more UFOs. So far, the humanoids do not be aggressive, however it can occur at any time. People do not provoke alien creatures, sure man.

According to one document, in 2001, two aircraft CF-18 took to the air. Then at a height of 35 thousand feet military saw three flying saucers. The second source States that on 14 November 2008 was discovered a metal element, which is most likely part of the UFO.

The authorities of the developed countries in recent times not so aggressive hide information about the humanoids. Some experts even hold conferences and invite “hunters” UFO. Apparently, everyone is sick to remain silent.

Did Top Secret Pentagon ‘Stargate’ Letter Convince Senator John McCain Alien Invasion Was Imminent?

by Bill Bain                    January 27, 2019                        (heraldscotland.com)

• On January 16th, a declassified DIA/Pentagon letter dated January 9, 2018 addressed primarily to the late Arizona Senator, John McCain, as the Chairman of the Armed Services Committee, (see letter with attached list of 38 DIA-commissioned program titles here) was released pursuant to a Freedom of Information request. The letter contained the titles of ‘a bewildering litany of otherworldly research papers commissioned from scientists around the globe’.

• Unless the Russians or Chinese have torn a wormhole through the fabric of space-time with a laser weapon recently, it isn’t they who have the Pentagon delving into invisibility cloaking, dark energy, stargates, multidimensional manipulation, meta-materials, laser weapons, quantum entanglement and “controlling external devices in the absence of limb-operated interfaces”. Who were the academics and scientists writing these advanced technology research papers for the U.S. government and why?

• Many of the academics who wrote the ‘Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program’ (AATIP) research papers were already part of the now-defunct “National Institute for Discovery Science”, which was well-known for its studies of UFO sightings, extraterrestrials and other “fringe” topics. Nevada businessman and UFO believer, Robert Bigelow founded the NIDSci. Bigelow’s friend, Nevada Senator Harry Reid, initiated the 2007 AATIP study, and it was Bigelow Aerospace which won the AATIP contract to manage its research.

• The largest single source of these Pentagon academic reports is EarthTech International of Texas, whose CEOs have close ties to Robert Bigelow and Bigelow Aerospace.

• One AATIP report on the topic of ‘Invisibility Cloaking’ was penned by the respected German scientist, Dr Ulf Leonhardt. Leonhardt is a noted global expert on quantum optics, which juxtaposes the fact nothing actually exists with photon manipulation. One day, this may potentially allow a military force to enter a country without being seen.

• Another AATIP author is former NASA propulsion engineer, Marc Millis. Millis claims he had an unexplained visionary experience where a ‘being’ produced a ball of energy which then entered his body. After attending a Silicon Valley venture capital event in 1999, Millis left NASA to pursue exotic technologies.

• While the Pentagon spent $22 million on its Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, Nick Pope – formerly the “Fox Mulder” of Britain’s own governmental UFO research department during the 1990’s, notes that, “It still doesn’t give us a definitive answer to whether, as claimed, ‘foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats’ is coded language for UFOs.”

• Although it’s unknown if the AATIP paper convinced Senator McCain of a viable alien threat, it’s certain that former US President Ronald Reagan believed in such a possibility. Reagan’s numerous mentions of aliens in speeches marked him as a blatant “UFO-nut” hiding in plain sight. During the 1985 Geneva Summit, Reagan and Soviet premier Mikhail Gorbachev had a private chat. Years later, Gorbachev revealed that Reagan had simply asked him to set aside their differences in case the world was invaded by aliens. Reagan made public his concerns in a 1987 U.N. speech, saying, “I occasionally think how quickly our differences would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. Yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?”

[Editor’s Note]   This is a typically snarky British Deep State response to the revelation that the Pentagon brass and top politicians take the type of exotic propulsion and other technologies exhibited by UFOs very seriously. While describing the origins and authors of the Pentagon’s AATIP research from 2007 to 2012, the writer employs ridicule and derision to portray the AATIP authors as a bit unhinged, debunking the motive of commissioning such research programs, and condemning the reports as a waste of time and money. Even the article’s title makes a joke out of an alien invasion. And therefore, it is a waste of time for anyone to take the Pentagon’s exotic propulsion and technology programs seriously. In other words, don’t believe the evidence you see before you, believe us (the Deep State) when we tell you that none of it matters. Life will continue as it is with fossil fuel engine propulsion, and any new technologies will only come to the public in small drips … and you’ll like it.

“THERE are a number of people here who know everything on that screen was absolutely true,” said the President. A wave of nervous laugher rippled through the White House’s private cinema room. Ronald Reagan, however, never broke a smile, his solemnity immediately silencing the intimate audience of esteemed guests – Neil Armstrong, Steven Spielberg, high-ranking military personnel and the upper echelons of Nasa among them. It was 1982 and the group had just been treated to a special pre-release screening of ET: The Extra-Terrestrial.

Despite its rather outré nature, this tale is no urban myth – although some details have been embellished over the years. One retelling even has Reagan weeping on Spielberg’s shoulder as ET “went home”. Having since confirmed the event indeed took place, the legendary director has also admitted he remains unsure if Reagan was being honest with his guests – or simply pulling off deadpan surrealism better than Rikki Fulton or Jacob Rees-Mogg.

One thing is incontrovertibly true – if Ronald Reagan had intimate knowledge of extra-terrestrial visitations to Earth, then he certainly knew they weren’t friendly, doe-eyed botanists. Without even taking his bizarre satellite-laser “Star Wars” missile defence system into consideration, Reagan’s numerous mentions of aliens in speeches marked him as a blatant UFO-nut hiding in plain sight. One turning a blind eye to the Pentagon burning through tens of millions of taxpayer dollars investigating “foreign advanced aerospace weapons”.

Yet, if such research – carried out under different guises by the US military since Project Blue Book in the 1950s – was simply to ascertain the threat from traditional Russian or Chinese bogeymen, then it seems they were a wee bit more technologically advanced than previously thought.

This week, the Pandora’s Box of top secret Pentagon documents was declassified under a Freedom of Information request – a single five-page letter containing the titles of a bewildering litany of otherworldly research papers commissioned from scientists around the globe.

The titles of these academic studies certainly don’t concur with commonly accepted Russian technical malevolence like vote rigging and web trolling. Certainly, research into invisibility cloaking, dark energy, stargates, multidimensional manipulation, meta-materials, laser weapons, quantum entanglement and “controlling external devices in the absence of limb-operated interfaces” seems more like a Philip K Dick fever dream.

If nothing else, the document – addressed primarily to the office of late Senator and former pilot John McCain, who also had a considerable interest in colourful accounts of unusual aviation – certainly proves the Pentagon had been trying to get their heads around the true nature of a somewhat peculiar security threat. And unless the Russians or Chinese have torn a wormhole through the fabric of spacetime with a laser weapon recently, it wasn’t them.

Uni lateral thinking

THE exotic nature of some of the research papers commissioned by the US military’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) would raise a quizzical eyebrow on even Vladmir Putin’s Botox-irrigated deathmask.
It’s certainly reaffirmed the suspicions of the global Ufology community, who only learned of the research papers’ existence last week after the AATIP letter ended up on the desk of Nick Pope, ex-head of the UK Government’s official UFO research project. Colloquially known as Britian’s “Fox Mulder”, the affable Nick immediately teased true believers on Twitter with some ambiguous speculation, saying: “It still doesn’t give us a definitive answer to whether, as claimed, ‘foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats’ is coded language for UFOs.”
