DoD Agencies to Invest Over $1 Billion in Low-Earth Orbit Space Technologies

Article by Sandra Erwin                                                 May 30, 2021                                                               (spacenews.com)

• According to budget documents released May 28th, of the $1.2 billion defense budget proposed by the Biden administration for fiscal year 2022, $936.7 million is earmarked for the Space Development Agency’s communications network in Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) known as the ‘Transport Layer’. The Missile Defense Agency is seeking about $292.8 million for space sensors, and the DARPA is requesting $42 million to deploy experimental satellites in LEO under the Blackjack program.

• These agencies report to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and are not part of Space Force, which has its own budget for research, development and procurement of new systems. But many of the LEO technologies developed by SDA, MDA and DARPA are expected to transition into larger Space Force programs.

• Of the $936.7 million for the Space Development Agency, $808.8 million goes for research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E), $53.8 million for operations and maintenance, and $74 million for procurement. This is a $600 million increase from 2021 and is the first time that SDA gets a separate funding line for procurement. With this budget, the SDA can move ahead with a demonstration of SDA’s first 28 satellites in the Transport Layer in 2022. This will be followed by the procurement of up to 150 Transport Layer satellites to launch in 2024.

• The $292.8 million for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) includes funding to allow hypersonic and ballistic tracking space sensor payloads to be launched to a low orbit in fiscal year 2023 as well as ground systems. This data would be used to track the trajectory of a maneuvering hypersonic missile so it can be intercepted. Two existing missile-tracking satellites in LEO that were launched in 2009 will be taken out of service. The MDA is also requesting $32 million for the Spacebased Kill Assessment (SKA) project, which uses a network of infrared satellite sensors to assess the performance of MDA’s interceptors.

• DARPA (the Defense Advanced research Projects Agency) is requesting $42 million to continue the Blackjack project to demonstrate the military utility of small satellites in LEO to provide communications, missile warning and navigation. Since 2018, the agency has awarded contracts to multiple vendors for satellite buses, payloads and an autonomous computing system to operate the constellation. DARPA wants to deploy as many as 20 satellites to demonstrate that a common satellite bus (launch) can be flown with different payloads and that a constellation can be operated autonomously.

WASHINGTON — The Biden administration’s defense budget proposal for fiscal year 2022 seeks more than $1.2 billion for military space systems in low-Earth orbit.

According to budget documents released May 28, nearly $900 million of that investment is for the Space Development Agency’s communications network in low-Earth orbit (LEO) known as the Transport Layer. The Missile Defense Agency is seeking about $300 million for space sensors, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is requesting $42 million to deploy experimental satellites in LEO under the Blackjack program.

These agencies report to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and are not part of the U.S. Space Force, which has its own budget for research, development and procurement of new systems. But many of the LEO technologies developed by SDA, MDA and DARPA are expected to transition into larger Space Force programs.

The Pentagon is seeking $936.7 million in 2022 for the SDA, about a $600 million increase from 2021. That includes $808.8 million for research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E), $53.8 million for operations and maintenance, and $74 million for procurement.
This is the first time that SDA gets a separate funding line for procurement.

The agency’s large spending boost was expected for 2022 as SDA prepares to launch the first batch of its Transport Layer satellites and moves ahead with the procurement of up to 150 satellites that would launch in 2024.

The 2022 request funds the demonstration of SDA’s first 28 satellites — 20 Transport Layer Tranche 0 satellites and eight wide-field-of-view space sensors to detect and track ballistic and hypersonic missiles known as Tracking Layer Tranche 0.

Pentagon Deletes Elizondo’s Emails

Article by Jazz Shaw                                                            June 1, 2021                                                      (hotair.com)

• Luis “Lue” Elizondo ran AATIP Pentagon UFO investigation program for a number of years before retiring in 2017 and taking his fight for an end to government UFO secrecy to the public. Throughout this process, however, his history with the Pentagon has been shrouded in secrecy and conflicting stories. Pentagon spokeswoman Susan Gough has repeatedly stated that Lue had “no assigned responsibilities” related to AATIP or anything to do with UAPs/UFOs. Meanwhile, former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has vouched for Elizondo’s role as the director of the Pentagon program.

• One of the most dogged researchers of government documents via the FOIA process, John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault, has been seeking answers that are few and far between. For years, Greenewald has been submitting FOIA requests seeking some of Elizondo’s old emails from his time at the Pentagon. Greenewald was repeatedly told that there were no records responsive to his request. Finally, he learned why could be no such emails – they had all been deleted.

• A responsive letter to Greenewald read: “After thorough searches of the electronic records and files of OUSD (I&S), no records of the kind you described be identified. Please note that e-mails of former Department of Defense (DoD) employees are not retained unless they are considered historical records and retained by the National Records Center. There are currently no existing e-mail accounts for Mr. Elizondo.”

• Now, two months after this responsive letter, the DoD has confirmed that all of the email records of a man who spent his career working on some of the most sensitive programs and operations in the entire government – a lot more than just the AATIP UFO program – were scrubbed by the Pentagon. Beyond confirmation of that, the DoD offers no official statement explaining or expanding on the situation.

• According to DoD protocol, even if Elizondo had been a DoD employee responsible for nothing more critical than tracking the maintenance of the copy machines at the Pentagon, his emails should have been kept for seven years before being destroyed. He retired only four years ago. Department emails of anyone that might be considered of “historic” significance should never be destroyed, but instead transferred to the National Records Center. Not only was Elizondo in charge of a secret UFO program, the office he worked out of dealt with matters as significant as the trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), the 9/11 mastermind.

• How in the world could Elizondo’s emails not be considered of historic significance? This is a smoking gun of a government cover-up although much of this story is still flying under the MSM radar. Does this have anything to do with the imminent Inspector General’s Office investigation of the DoD and what they’re doing in terms of UAP investigations?

• Inadvertent admissions Greenewald received from the Pentagon indicate that the email accounts were not scrubbed until sometime after he retired in 2017. So when did they do it? Who at the Pentagon has been trying to sully Elizondo’s reputation? Is Susan Gough tasked with more than just fielding questions from reporters? Is any of this legal? Will anyone go to jail? To keep up with the story, see Greenewald’s full article on The Black Vault website (see here), an accompanying video report (see below), and a follow up podcast interview of Elizondo by Greenewald on June 1st (see here).

Hang on to your hats because this is going to sound like something out of a Tom Clancy movie, but it’s absolutely real. If you’ve followed our coverage of the Pentagon’s secret UFO study program (AATIP) and the anticipated June 25th release to the Senate Select Intelligence and Armed Forces Committees from the UAP Task Force (unidentified aerial phenomena), you are already familiar with the name of Lue Elizondo. He ran AATIP for a number of years before retiring in 2017 and taking his fight for an end to government secrecy on the subject of UFOs to the public. That fight continues to this day.

All through this process, however, his history with the Pentagon has been shrouded in secrecy and conflicting stories that journalists have struggled to sort out. While officials no less high ranking than former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid have vouched for Elizondo’s role as the director of the program and his extensive history working for our nation in counterintelligence, the Pentagon has appeared to try to discredit him. Pentagon spokeswoman Susan Gough (the only person in the entire DoD allowed to answer questions about AATIP, Elizondo or the UAP Task Force) has repeatedly stated that Lue had “no assigned

                    Harry Reid

responsibilities” related to AATIP or anything to do with UAP. One of the most dogged

             Lue Elizondo

researchers of government documents via the FOIA process, John Greenewald jr. of The Black Vault, has been seeking answers ever since Elizondo’s name first popped up on the media’s radar. But answers were few and far between. This weekend we learned why and the reasons were shocking to even the most seasoned reporters covering the United States government and our military.

Greenewald had been submitting FOIA requests for years seeking some of Elizondo’s old emails from his time at the Pentagon, requesting any documents mentioning keywords, acronyms and phrases such as unidentified, AATIP, and AAWSAP (the program preceding AATIP), among many others. Each time the answer was the same. John didn’t receive heavily redacted documents lacking in interesting information as you might expect. He was told that there were no records responsive to his request. But this year he finally pried an answer from the Pentagon as to how there could be no such records. He wasn’t getting any of Elizondo’s emails because no such emails existed. They had been deleted. But as shocking as that sounds (and it is), there is much more to the story

                  John Greenewald Jr.

than that.

“After thorough searches of the electronic records and files of OUSD (I&S), no records of the kind you described [Elizondo e-mails containing the word “unidentified”] could be identified. Please note that e-mails of former Department of Defense (DoD) employees are not retained unless they are considered historical records and retained by the National Records Center. There are currently no existing e-mail accounts for Mr. Elizondo. We believe that search methods were appropriate and could reasonably be expected to produce the requested records if they existed.”

Essentially saying the records were destroyed, The Black Vault reached out to clarify. The DoD has now confirmed nearly two months after they wrote the letter, that their final determination does equate to Elizondo’s emails being destroyed with no backup available. Beyond confirmation of that, they offer no official statement explaining or expanding on the situation.

What is unclear, is whether or not the deletion of these electronic records was authorized by protocol. To delete records such as these, set procedures followed by the agency called “record retention schedules” need to have certain prerequisites met in order to delete or destroy files.

Elizondo Claims Pentagon Tried to Discredit Him

Alexandra Villarreal                                              May 28, 2021                                                   (theguardian.com)

• Luis Elizondo, the CIA spook – turned – Pentagon UFO investigator, has lodged a complaint with the Department of Defense’s Inspector General’s office claiming malicious activities, professional misconduct and other offenses at the agency. Politico learned that Elizondo’s legal team said he would be meeting with IG investigators in June. [ED: And apparently Steven Greer’s consigliere, Daniel Sheehan, is providing Elizondo’s legal representation. See several videos below.]

• Once a fringe talking point, UFOs are evolving far beyond science fiction to be viewed as real phenomena that could pose a national security threat. “I want us to take it seriously and have a process to take it seriously,” Senator Marco Rubio told 60 Minutes.

• In the complaint, Elizondo also accused the defense department’s press arm of trying to discredit him through misleading comments. “Several internet bloggers were notified … that I had no duties regarding AATIP and that AATIP did not involve the study of UAPs,” Elizondo wrote. “As a result, the bloggers began to disseminate reporting, accusing me of being a fabricator.”

• Elizondo said one senior-level official went so far as to threaten to tell people he was crazy, potentially jeopardizing his security clearance. “I responded … by telling him that he can take any action he thinks is prudently necessary, but that I was not mentally impaired, nor have I ever violated my security oath,” Elizondo wrote, adding he feared retribution by the official.

• Since retiring from the Pentagon, Elizondo has called for more government interest and resources around understanding UFOs. “Leadership involvement was almost non-existent,” he said, even as “UAP reporting to our office was increasing”. “I became alarmed by the frequency and duration of UAP activity in and around controlled US airspace,” he wrote in the complaint. “The instances seemed more provocative, and during one instance, they came within feet of a US fighter aircraft.”

                          Luis Elizondo

A Pentagon whistleblower known for speaking out about UFOs is accusing his former

                          Daniel Sheehan

agency of waging a disinformation campaign against him, a report says.

Luis Elizondo, who headed the Pentagon’s now-defunct Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program, lodged a complaint with the defense department’s inspector general claiming malicious activities, professional misconduct and other offenses at the agency, according to Politico.

He said one senior-level official went so far as to threaten to tell people he was crazy, potentially jeopardizing his security clearance. “I responded … by telling him that he can take any action he thinks is prudently necessary, but that I was not mentally impaired, nor have I ever violated my security oath,” Elizondo wrote, adding he feared retribution by the official.

The complaint comes a month before a highly anticipated report on unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAPs, is set to land before Congress. Once a fringe talking point, unexplained objects in the sky are evolving far beyond science fiction to be viewed as real phenomena that could pose a national security threat.

                          Danny and Lue

“I want us to take it seriously and have a process to take it seriously,” Senator Marco Rubio told 60 Minutes.

The inspector general’s office did not give Politico details on the status of Elizondo’s complaint, though his legal team said he would be meeting with IG investigators in June.
In the complaint, Elizondo also accused the defense department’s press arm of trying to discredit him through misleading comments.

Ron Watkins Sets Up WikiLeaks-Style Alien Website

Article by Ellie Abraham                                                 May 28, 2021                                                   (indy100.com)

• Ron Watkins is credited with actively facilitating the rise of QAnon. He was the administrator on the QAnon 8chan forum, and was even suspected of being Q himself. Now Watkins is channeling his expertise into creating a WikiLeaks-like website called ‘AlienLeaks’. The idea is that people will have a place to anonymously send documents and information about extraterrestrial activity where it can be made public.

• Speaking on the podcast, Alien Agenda, Watkins said: “The AlienLeaks project is going to be an anonymous dropbox for anybody to send documents to. It’s inspired by WikiLeaks and the work Julian Assange did with government accountability. But instead of focusing on government accountability, the goal of AlienLeaks is to focus on extraterrestrial disclosure including topics related to alien technology, alien biology, communications with aliens.” Watkins added: “I’m sure there’s people around the world sitting on troves of documents.”

• “With humanity on the brink of alien disclosure, do you really trust the government to tell you the whole truth?” Watkins posted. He has also set up a Telegram channel associated with AlienLeaks, claiming: “The government is currently gearing up for some kind of soft alien disclosure. [This] will only be the tip of the iceberg. A brave scientist, researcher, or specialist may just step forward to leak documents that show us the full iceberg.”

                Ron Watkins

A QAnon promoter in the US is setting up a WikiLeaks website all about aliens, called AlienLeaks.

Ron Watkins was reportedly a major force in pushing the QAnon conspiracy and is credited with actively facilitating the rise of it in the US. He was also accused of being the elusive Q character in a documentary series that aired earlier this year. He also used to be the administrator of the controversial forum 8chan which has known right-wing links.

Now, his interest in aliens has led him to set up a website made for sharing information about aliens.

                         Julian Assange

Watkins wants people to send him documents and information about extraterrestrial activity so he can publicly leak it on his forthcoming website, AlienLeaks.

Speaking on an episode of the alien-based podcast, Alien Agenda, Watkins said: “The AlienLeaks project is going to be an anonymous dropbox for anybody to send documents to.

“It’s inspired by WikiLeaks and the work Julian Assange did with government accountability. But instead of focusing on government accountability, the goal of AlienLeaks is to focus on extraterrestrial disclosure including topics related to alien technology, alien biology, communications with aliens.

“This is all interesting stuff and I’m sure there’s people around the world sitting on troves of documents.”

Marilyn Monroe’s Death Linked to UFOs and Aliens in New Book

Article by Emily Mack                                                May 27, 2021                                                    (rare.us)

• UFO and paranormal investigator Nick Redfern’s new book Diary of Secrets: UFO Conspiracies and the Mysterious Death of Marilyn Monroe draws from declassified CIA and FBI documents and investigations of a UFO crash to make the case that Marilyn Monroe’s “suicide” was actually a government assassination after Monroe was told about the existence of extraterrestrials and UFOs by President John F. Kennedy.

• On August 5, 1962, Monroe was discovered dead in her bed after overdosing on barbiturates at age 36. Allegedly having long-struggled with mental health issues and drug abuse, her death was ruled a ‘probable suicide’. With the murder of JFK only one year later, attention usually focuses on Monroe’s high-profile affair with Kennedy and not on her own death. But friends of Monroe have said that the late President likely discussed government secrets with his famous girlfriend regarding alien sightings and Area 51 – a top-secret desert base full of otherworldly materials.

• Newly released documents from the CIA and the FBI point to a clear preoccupation with Monroe. There are about 200 pages of declassified FBI files on Monroe specifically. Interestingly, these reports – overseen by J. Edgar Hoover – also detail Monroe’s romantic relationship with Robert Kennedy, complete with hush-hush meetings and hotel parties. Of course, Bobby Kennedy was eventually murdered as well. The star journalist and acquaintance of Monroe, Dorothy Kilgallen, also died of a barbiturates overdose in 1965 after interviewing Jack Ruby and others involved with the JFK assassination and Warren Commission.

• One of the declassified CIA documents is called “A Study of Assassination”, written around the time of Monroe’s death. Redfern writes: “One of the most fascinating parts of this document is a reference finding, if you need to kill someone, get them in a vulnerable situation, maybe ply them with alcohol and drugs, and make it look like a very tragic, sad suicide. And it almost mirrors the final hours of Marilyn herself. It’s very, very similar. It’s like looking in a mirror. And you read that it really is difficult not to believe that the documents and Marilyn’s death were part and parcel of one.”

• Considering the CIA’s apparent interest in unconventional assassination tactics, it’s entirely possible that Monroe was ‘helped’ toward her suicidal state. Speaking to George Knapp in an interview for Mystery Wire, Redfern pointed out that, “The big question is, was it a suicide or was it almost like an allowed suicide? That’s one of the key theories – the idea that she wasn’t sort of forcibly killed, but she was placed into death deliberately in the days or weeks prior to her death, that she was being deliberately pushed into sort of a mode of depression and anxiety to the point where she just could not stand this sort of psychological warfare anymore, and decided to kill herself.”

• Cold-hearted murders made to look like suicides and accidents. Classified government documents fallen into the wrong hands. Explosive diaries. Powerful people with dangerous agendas. Government people prowling around. Hollywood conspiracies. Frightened people with disturbing secrets to hide. Wild sex. Drugs. Crazy parties and flowing booze. And an amazing story of UFOs, aliens, Roswell and Area 51 at the very heart of it all. This epitomizes the life and death of a beautiful, but scarred icon – and one of the most famous and loved actors of the 20th century – Marilyn Monroe.

               Marilyn Monroe

Since last year, the news has been dominated by UFO disclosures coming straight from our government. The navy has released multiple videos of surreal floating objects, former intelligence officials are speaking out, and even Barack Obama has some intriguing tidbits to share! It’s fascinating enough, but what if the secrecy also has a touch of Hollywood glamour? Investigator Nick Redfern’s new book Diary of Secrets: UFO Conspiracies and the Mysterious Death of Marilyn Monroe posits that the blonde bombshell might have known about extraterrestrial life… and paid the ultimate price for it.

Prolific author and noted conspiracy theorist Nick Redfern has written 60 books on topics like UFOs, monsters, and other paranormal phenomena. But his latest work connects that netherworld of cover-ups back to beloved actress Marilyn Monroe. Check out the Amazon

                   John F. Kennedy

description below which hints at the high-class world of UFO secrecy. If that doesn’t sound like the perfect paperback, I don’t know what does.

      bedroom where Monroe was found

Cold-hearted murders made to look like suicides and accidents. Classified government documents fallen into the wrong hands. Explosive diaries. Powerful people with dangerous agendas. Government people prowling around. Hollywood conspiracies.Frightened people with disturbing secrets to hide. Wild sex. Drugs. Crazy parties and flowing booze. At the very heart of it all, an amazing story of UFOs, aliens, Roswell, Area 51, and the life and death of a beautiful, but scarred, icon: none other than one of the most famous

      Robert Kennedy

and loved actors of the 20th century: Marilyn Monroe.

Marilyn Monroe was discovered dead, in her bed, on August 5, 1962, after overdosing on barbiturates. She was 36 years old. Countless theories concerning the demise of the beloved icon followed: that her

        Dorothy Kilgallen

death was intentional, that she was naked, that she was murdered. In the end, Monroe’s premature death was ruled a probable suicide. She’d long struggled with mental health issues and drug abuse. In the next month, suicide rates doubled in Los Angeles.

But what if that self-destruction was staged? Could the takedown of Monroe have been a full-on assassination? When discussing the death of Monroe, the murder of President John F. Kennedy just one year later often goes unacknowledged despite the couple’s high-profile affair. Now Nick Redfern has looked into those connections on an investigation that’s led him to eerie FBI documents, and possibly, the uncovering of a UFO crash.

Redfern suggests that Monroe was silenced after learning about the existence of aliens through her relationship with JFK. And it’s a captivating theory. But where’s the evidence?

Friends of Monroe have said that the late President likely discussed serious government secrets with his famous girlfriend — namely regarding alien sightings and a top-secret desert base full of otherworldly materials: Area 51. And while that might sound like mad speculation, newly released documents from the CIA and the FBI point to a clear preoccupation with the sparkly celeb MM. On vault.fbi.gov, an official website for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, there are about 200 pages of declassified FBI files on Monroe specifically. (Thanks FOIA!) Most interestingly, these reports — overseen by J. Edgar Hoover, detail Monroe’s likely relationship with Robert Kennedy, complete with hush-hush meetings and various hotel parties. Of course, Bobby Kennedy was eventually murdered too… just like his brother: Monroe’s other beau.

UFO and Paranormal Museum Opens in Pine Bush, NY

Article by Jess                                                   May 27, 2021                                                     (wpdh.com)

• The doors to the brand new Pine Bush UFO and Paranormal Museum in the Town of Crawford, New York held its Grand Opening on June 4th. The museum is described as an ‘interactive experience’ where each of the exhibits will depict “a mysterious and inexplicable event reported in New York’s Hudson Valley”. Visitors to the museum can share stories and conversations about their own paranormal experiences. You can even experience what it is like to get ‘abducted’ by aliens (well, not for real). (see the museum website here)

• The Hudson Valley has become known as a hotspot for the paranormal. This is the region where The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and the headless horseman stories by Washington Irving were derived when, according to the legend, a Hessian soldier was decapitated by a cannon in 1776 around the time of Halloween and continued to ride – headless.

• Native Americans told stories of how what is today Bannerman Island in Dutchess County is possessed by evil spirits. Sailors believed that goblins controlled the winds and brought dangerous storms to the area. With miles and miles of dense woods and water sources in the region, there have even been numerous Bigfoot sightings and encounters in Hyde Park, Highland, Pawling, Pine Plains, and other surrounding areas of the Hudson Valley.

• The Hudson Valley is also known as ‘the Area 51’ of the East Coast which experienced “The Hudson Valley Wave” of UFO sightings in the Lower Hudson Valley area in the 80s.

Looking for something new and unique to do with the family this summer in the Hudson Valley? Look no further than the Town of Crawford. Pack up the car and get ready for an out-of-this-world experience.

For what feels like months now, we’ve been patiently waiting for the Pine Bush UFO and Paranormal Museum to invade the Hudson Valley. Well, the time is now.

The Town of Crawford announced on their Facebook page that the Pine Bush UFO and Paranormal Museum will open its doors on June 4th, 2021 for a special preview night. There is a limited quantity of preview night tickets, but general admission tickets for the museum go on sale on June 5th.

The UFO and Paranormal Museum is described as an interactive experience. Now, you’re not going to get abducted by aliens (well, we can’t guarantee that won’t happen…) but the museum’s website explains you will get a lifelike run through of what might happen:

During the interactive tours, you’ll have the opportunity to see, hear, and feel what so many have described as being the most unusual and defining moments of their lives.

Guided tours are available Tuesday through Sunday, where you will walk through several displays and exhibits. Each exhibit will be “depicting a mysterious and inexplicable event reported in New York’s Hudson Valley.”

Visitors of the Pine Bush UFO and Paranormal Museum are share stories and have conversations about their own paranormal experiences.

You can visit The Pine Bush UFO and Paranormal Museum, tourism center, and gift shop at 86 Main Street in Pine Bush. Tickets can be purchased online at the Pine Bush UFO and Paranormal Museum website.

7 Creepy, Paranormal Hot Spots in the Hudson Valley

Have you ever gotten a chill when walking by these “haunted” Hudson Valley locations? It was probably a ghost.

Sleepy Hollow – When you’re talking about haunted Hudson Valley locations, it always has to include Sleepy Hollow. We all know The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving and the headless horseman stories. According to the legend, the New York Historical Society and History.Com, the story of the headless horseman is based on real events that involved a Hessian soldier who was decapitated by a cannon in 1776 around the time of Halloween.

$2.2 Billion Budget Boost for Space Force

Article by Sandra Erwin                                             May 28, 2021                                                  (spacenews.com)

• On May 28th, the Pentagon unveiled details of Administrator Biden’s funding request for the coming 2022 fiscal year that begins on October 1st. Biden is asking Congress to approve $6 trillion in federal spending. The defense budget proposal for 2022 is $715 billion. $17.4 billion of that amount earmarked for the US Space Force, which is $2.2 billion more than what Congress enacted in 2021. Space Force accounts for about 2.5% of total Defense Department spending.

• Much of the $2.2 billion in additional funding to Space Force was transferred from the Air Force, Navy and Army, to be used for new investments in space systems. “Competitors like China and Russia are challenging America’s advantage in space by aggressively developing offensive weapons to deny or destroy U.S. space capabilities in conflict,” the Pentagon said. The Space Force budget “funds capabilities for the contested domain of space”.

• The $17.4 billion request for the Space Force excludes $930 million for personnel costs that are funded in the Air Force’s budget. The Space Force is expected to grow by about 2,000 people in 2022. The budget funds 12,000 personnel in 2022, including 8,400 active-duty military.

• $3.4 billion of the Space Force’s budget will go toward operations: the organization of Space Force headquarters and field commands, doctrine development and professional military education. $20 million will go toward the establishment of a National Space Intelligence Center. The budget proposal increases Space Force funding for research and development from $10.5 billion last year to $11.3 billion. Procurement also grows from $2.3 billion to $2.8 billion in 2022.

• Funding for the National Security Space Launch program includes $1.4 billion for five missions, compared to $1 billion for three missions in 2021. There is also $239 million for launch-related research and development. The five missions planned for 2022 will be split between United Launch Alliance and SpaceX.

WASHINGTON — President Biden’s $715 billion defense budget proposal for 2022 includes $17.4 billion for the U.S. Space Force, about $2.2 billion more than what Congress enacted in 2021.

The proposed $715 billion defense budget is $11.3 billion more than what Congress appropriated in 2021.

The Pentagon on May 28 unveiled details of the president’s funding request for the coming fiscal year that begins Oct 1. The White House is asking Congress to approve $6 trillion in federal spending.

The Space Force accounts for about 2.5% of total Defense Department spending. The $2.2 billion increase sought for 2022 represents a significant boost for the smallest branch of the armed forces established 18 months ago.

The Pentagon said the $2.2 billion in additional funding sought for the Space Force includes new investments in space systems and much of this funding was transferred from the Air Force, Navy and Army.

The president’s budget “funds capabilities for the contested domain of space,” the Pentagon said in budget documents released May 28. “Competitors like China and Russia are challenging America’s advantage in space by aggressively developing offensive weapons to deny or destroy U.S. space capabilities in conflict.”

The $17.4 billion request for the Space Force does not include $930 million for personnel costs that are funded in the Air Force’s budget. The Space Force would grow by about 2,000 people in 2022. The budget funds 12,000 personnel in 2022, including 8,400 active-duty military.

Air Force Research Laboratory’s New Space War-Fighting Facility

Article by Nathan Strout                                                 May 26, 2021                                                      (c4isrnet.com)

• The Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate has opened a $12.8 million Space Warfighting Operations Research and Development (SWORD) laboratory at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico. The SWORD lab will track objects in orbit, support satellite cybersecurity, and develop autonomous capabilities to help space vehicles avoid each other and space debris.

• “One of the reasons we stood up the US Space Force was to ensure our nation has the capabilities to deter any threats in space,” said Col. Eric Felt, the head of AFRL’s Space Vehicles Directorate. “Our job in the SWORD lab will be to continue to develop resilient and innovative technologies that will protect our nation and allies from threats by our adversaries. Recognizing that space is an emerging domain for warfighting, we want to make sure there is never a war in space.”

Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield on UFOs and Exploring Mars

Article by Jason Vermes                                                        May 24, 2021                                                                (cbc.ca)

• Chris Hadfield (pictured above), the first Canadian commander of the International Space Station, was a guest on the Canadian-based ‘Cross Country Checkup’ radio show as part of the program’s regular ‘Ask Me Anything’ series, and answered questions from listeners about Mars, UFOs and our responsibility as humans in space.

• One caller asked: “Why are we trying to land on Mars?” Hadfield responded, “Well, I think the fundamental question is that Mars was a lot like Earth four billion years ago when life first formed on Earth. So if it happened here, did [life] happen there? [I]t will be evident somewhere in the geologic record.” Rovers are currently traversing Mars, conducting research and taking samples from the ground. If a rover finds one fossil, “we will know we’re not alone in the universe.” China’s space agency is the latest to land a rover on Mars. On May 19th, the Zhurong rover took its first drive on the planet’s surface.

• Ed Camelot in Edmonton asked, “what’s in it” for the Red Planet? If there is life on Mars, whether fossilized or primitive, Hadfield said it’s important to consider what it would mean for us on Earth, and what responsibilities we have. The 1967 United Nations Outer Space Treaty offers “fundamental building blocks of the legal system” for space-faring nations. That treaty is a basic framework on international space law, according to the UN, and outlines key principles, including that space exploration should be in the interest of all countries, and that states should avoid harmful contamination of outer space and celestial bodies.

• “We’re very careful with everything we’ve sent so far to Mars to make it — to the absolute best of our ability — to make it sterile so that it won’t inadvertently bring life to Mars or react if there is some sort of primitive life on Mars,” Hadfield said. “If there was intelligent life or advanced life, we would treat it even more thoughtfully and more differently.”

• Hadfield was then asked whether he would ever consider a “one-way trip” to Mars. He said he would happily help with development of technology to enable Earthlings to live somewhere like Mars or the Moon. “[B]ut my question would be: what ship and who with and what is the purpose?” Hadfield said. “We’re going to get there eventually, and I’d love to be part of the team that makes that happen.”

• Byron McDonald from Kamloops, B.C. asked Hadfield about UFOs. “Obviously, I’ve seen countless things in the sky that I don’t understand,” said Hadfield, a former pilot for the Royal Canadian Air Force and the US Navy. “But to see something in the sky that you don’t understand and then to immediately conclude that it’s intelligent life from another solar system is the height of foolishness and lack of logic.” But Hadfield acknowledged the existence of extraterrestrial life is worth thinking about, and that it’s likely that there is life in other parts of the universe. “But definitively up to this point, we have found no evidence of life anywhere except Earth, and we’re looking,” he said. “[I]t’s all really fun to think about.”

[Editor’s Note]   So the first Canadian to command the International Space Station says: “definitively…we have found no evidence of life anywhere except Earth”. Hadfield says presuming that a UFO is of extraterrestrial origin is “the height of foolishness”. Of course, someone in his position has to know the truth about the widespread extraterrestrial presence on our planet and throughout our solar system. What will these astronauts and officials, whom the public has looked to for answers, do when they are revealed to be deep state toadies, lying at every opportunity?

After disclosure, when these liars try to walk back these types of remarks, will the people who have been duped for decades offer them any solace at all? Or will they be thrown onto the garbage heap of history along with all of the other politicians, military officers, scientists, professors and media “news” personalities who have made a career out of lying to the public in order to facilitate the deep state’s cover-up of the extraterrestrial origin of so many UFOs?

I hope these traitors are ALL individually identified and held up to public ridicule and derision, just as they have done to so many honest people who only told the truth about that they had seen and experienced, and had their lives ruined for it.

I will give Hadfield props, however, for his rendition of David Bowie’s ‘Space Oddity’ on the International Space Station in 2013. (see video below)

                         Chris Hadfield

Landing a rover on Mars is “almost indescribably difficult,” according to retired Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield.

Despite that reality, scientists have landed a handful of them on the Red Planet.

China’s space agency is the latest to do so, dropping the Zhurong rover on Mars earlier this month. On Saturday, it took its first drive on the planet’s surface.

Hadfield, who was the first Canadian commander of the International Space Station, said conducting research on Mars is crucial to finding out whether we’re alone in the universe.

“For shame Chris Hadfield, for shame”

“Why are we trying to land on Mars? Well, I think the fundamental question is that Mars was a lot like Earth four billion years ago when life first formed on Earth,” he told Cross Country Checkup guest host Jason D’Souza on Sunday.

“So if it happened here, did it happen there? And it will be evident somewhere in the geologic record.”

The rovers currently traversing Mars are conducting research and taking samples from the ground. If a rover finds one fossil, Hadfield said, “we will know we’re not alone in the universe.”

Hadfield joined Checkup as part of the program’s regular Ask Me Anything series, and answered questions from listeners about Mars, unidentified flying objects and our responsibility as humans in space.

International Coalition Aims to Get Answers About UFOs

Article by Christina Stock                                             May 26, 2021                                                  (rdrnews.com)

• On May 25th, UFO researcher and author Donald Schmitt was at the International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell, New Mexico to announce the start of a 27-nation (so far) coalition on extraterrestrial research called the ‘International Coalition on Extraterrestrial Research’, or ‘ICER’. The goals of ICER include establishing ‘awareness programs’ in all countries, to pressure governments such as the United States to disclose what they know, and “to prepare for confirmation that Earth has been engaging with non-human intelligences”.

• “Eventually, we will be 50 countries and then we’ll. No more talk, let’s do it,” says Schmitt. “Russia, China, Japan, [countries] throughout South America, throughout Europe, all are coming together. It’s never happened before and as far as it goes, we’re really going to push.”

• Schmitt is an expert on the 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, and has dedicated his life to solving the mysteries surrounding UFO’s. He returns each year for lectures during Roswell’s UFO Festival. He will be a guest speaker at the UFO Museum’s 2021 Ufologist Invasion, July 1-4, which takes place during the UFO Festival and MainStreet Roswell’s Alien Fest.

• ICER is a ‘not-for-profit’ organization comprised of scientists, academics and leading UFO researchers on five continents who are unanimous in their recognition that “we are not alone in the cosmos. Based on more than 75 years of research, ICER acknowledges that the UFO phenomenon is real; it acts with intelligence and is likely to be extraterrestrial/non-human in origin.” Among the researchers in the organization are astrophysicist and former deputy director of sciences at the Bulgarian Space Research Institute Professor Lachezar Filipov of Bulgaria, and astronomer Eamonn Ansbro of the Republic of Ireland, who is currently the director of Kingsland Observatory and SETI in Kingsland, Ireland.

• Schmitt said that many scientists and researchers are skeptical of the US military’s recent release of documents and leaked UFO videos. Of the thousands of pages of documents released, “Nothing is in there or (it’s) redacted, blacked out. It’s so frustrating for us,” he said. Scientists and researchers in other countries are facing the same difficulty finding answers from their governments and militaries. That’s why they’ve united to form the new organization.

• While there is no direct government involvement in ICER, the organization is recognized by the United Nations, “which means then that we can present at the UN,” Schmitt said. “We are going above individual governments.” Schmitt anticipates that the organization will grow. “I am the North American representative, and we had meetings in China, and then we met in Moscow. We put this all together. I had dinner in Moscow with two of the cosmonauts — we are getting people in pretty high places.”

                     Donald Schmitt

Tourists visiting the International UFO Museum and Research Center on May 25 were

the International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell, New Mexico

greeted by the sight of a television crew interviewing renowned UFO researcher and author Donald Schmitt.

Schmitt, an expert on the alleged 1947 UFO crash on a ranch near Corona, has dedicated his life to solving the mysteries surrounding unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). He returns each year for lectures during Roswell’s UFO Festival.

Now, he’s joined with scientists and other researchers who have formed a new organization — the International Coalition on Extraterrestrial Research, or ICER — dedicated to finding the answers about UFOs.

“We just announced today (May 25) the start of an international coalition, 27 countries, an international coalition on

             Professor Lachezar Filipov

extraterrestrial research,” Schmitt said. “Russia, China, Japan, throughout South America, throughout Europe, all are coming

                           UFO Museum

together. It’s never happened before and as far as it goes, we’re really going to push.”

Schmitt said that many scientists and researchers are skeptical of the U.S. military’s recent release of documents and of confirmations of cases of UAPs in leaked videos.

The thousands of pages of documents released, he said, don’t hold any details. “Nothing is in there or (it’s) redacted, blacked out. It’s so frustrating for us,” he said.

                       Eamonn Ansbro

Scientists and researchers in other countries are facing the same difficulty finding answers from their governments and militaries, he said. That’s what’s led them to unite and form the new organization.

Asked if any governments are involved, Schmitt said that wasn’t the case. “But we will be eventually recognized by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), which means then that we can present at the UN,” he said. “We are going above individual governments.”

Schmitt said that he is sure the organization will grow. “I am the North American representative, and we had meetings in China, and then we met in Moscow. We put this all together. I had dinner in Moscow with two of the cosmonauts — we are getting people in pretty high places,” he said.

Female Fighter Pilot Who Saw the Tic Tac UFO

Article by Petula Dvorak                                                May 24, 2021                                                      (washingtonpost.com)

• Lt. Cmdr. Alex Dietrich of Annapolis, Maryland is a retired US Navy fighter pilot, a mother of three, and a popular guest at the Pentagon and Capitol Hill being questioned about the day in 2004 that she saw the ‘Tic Tac’ UFO from the seat of her Super Hornet fighter jet in the skies near San Diego. “My life right now is very surreal,” said Dietrich, 41. Her testimony has been in high demand since the President signed into law a bill requesting the director of national intelligence and the secretary of defense to provide a declassified report on everything the government knows about UFOs/UAPs. It is due to be released in June.

• On November 14, 2004, Dietrich was a newly winged pilot on a regular training flight with the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group over the ocean off of San Diego when something moving fast and erratically came into view. Her boss, Commander Dave Fravor, told her to hang back and be his wingman while he flew closer in to check it out. The object began mirroring his movements and then just disappeared. A video recording from that day captured a white object shaped like a Tic Tac, along with the howls and exclamations of the pilots who were tracking it. The video was released by ‘To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science’ in 2017, and the video gained a lot of traction after the Pentagon verified its authenticity.

• As soon as the pilots returned to their aircraft carrier that day, they reported everything they saw and how it happened. “We all collectively lost our minds,” said Dietrich. “There was no denying it, everybody had heard us on the radio.” Even the technicians back at the ship saw the object on their radar. In the days after the UFO sighting, Fravor and Dietrich’s colleagues were merciless. They looped alien-invader movies “Men in Black” and “Independence Day” to show on the ship’s channels. They left tinfoil hats all over the place. The daily newsletters had little green men cartoons. They had to laugh it off, saying that if she and her fellow pilots had been flying solo, “… we wouldn’t have said anything”.

• Dietrich has kept a low profile over the past 17 years, flying more than 200 combat missions and 57 mounted combat patrols and ground assault convoy missions over two deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. More recently, Dietrich has been teaching at George Washington University and at the U.S. Naval Academy. “People have found me throughout the years,” she said. “I just was an eyewitness to something in the course of my normal duties . . . that somehow makes me a portal.” She is a hero to the believers and she listens patiently to debunkers who found her private number and screamed at her over the phone.

• When asked why she has agreed to talk to reporters including her recent appearance in a UFO segment on CBS’ 60 Minutes, says, “I do feel a duty and obligation. I was in a taxpayer-funded aircraft, doing my job as a military officer. Citizens have questions. It’s not classified. If I can share or help give a reasonable response, I will. I don’t want to be someone who’s saying ‘no comment.’” Dietrich has decided to be open about it now because she knows other pilots have seen similar UFOs but have kept quiet – afraid of the conspiracy realm stigma.

• Dietrich is also keeping busy with her three kids, ages 2, 4 and 6. One of them was the hit of that day’s pre-K show-and-tell when he brought in the red-and-white helmet Dietrich was wearing that November day in 2004. Another was commanding her from the back seat during the telephone interview: “Window open!” followed by a chorus of squeals and shrieks from the back seat. “No, I [don’t] have time to think about it too much,” she sighed. “But I will pay someone to abduct me right now.”

                         Alex Dietrich

She picked up the kids after finishing her last call at work — there was some whining

               Lt. Cmdr. Alex Dietrich

in the back seat — and raced to her home near Annapolis for family dinnertime. In between, she answered questions about the UFO.

“My life right now is very surreal,” said Lt. Cmdr. Alex Dietrich, who is a 41-year-old mother of three, a retired fighter pilot and one of the few people who gets regularly hauled into the Pentagon or before Congress for further questioning about the day in 2004 she saw a UFO — the Pentagon prefers to call them unidentified aerial phenomena — from the seat of her Super Hornet in the skies near San Diego.

                        ‘Tic Tac’ UFO

Dietrich is pragmatic, forthright and has a swaggery, pilot’s sense of humor about this thing she’s been living with for nearly 17 years.

                           David Fravor

Thanks to a bizarro little line in last year’s coronavirus relief bill, the director of national intelligence and the secretary of defense are ordered to generate a report on everything the government knows about UAPs — including Dietrich’s sighting. It’s coming next month, and it’s going to be D.C.’s hottest summer read.

And now that UFOs join the pandemic and insurrection on the congressional agenda (when it comes to the weird year contest, 2021 is telling 2020 to “hold my beer”), Dietrich’s callers have moved from mostly the fringe, stalkery UFO fanatics who just want to be near her, to mainstream media freaks like me. She patiently plays along.

“I do feel a duty and obligation,” Dietrich said, when I asked her why she took my call and why she agreed to talk to “60 Minutes,” her national media debut. “I was in a taxpayer-funded aircraft, doing my job as a military officer,” she said. “Citizens have questions. It’s not classified. If I can share or help give a reasonable response, I will. I don’t want to be someone who’s saying ‘no comment.’ ”

So, on to the events of Nov. 14, 2004.

She was a newly winged pilot on a regular training flight with the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group that day when something moving fast and erratically came into view.

Dietrich’s boss, Cmdr. Dave Fravor, told her to hang back and be his wingman while he flew closer in to check it out. The object began mirroring his movements and then just disappeared.

NASA Laser Communications Relay Demo Scheduled in June

Article by Carol Collins                                                    May 24, 2021                                                              (executivebiz.com)

• The Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California; and the MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, Massachusetts have joined forces to send an optical module-equipped payload 22,000 miles above Earth in order to conduct a ‘Laser Communications Relay Demonstration’ (or ‘LCRD’).

• June 23rd, NASA will launch the LCRD optical module-equipped payload on the Department of Defense’s third Space Test Program mission satellite known as the ‘STPSat-6’, the DoD’s primary spacecraft. It will be carried into orbit by the Atlas V 551 rocket of the United Launch Alliance from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

• Once the optical module is in place, engineers on Earth will experiment on the data transmission process to test various operational situations and improve the tracking capabilities for mission performance. Using infrared lasers invisible to human eyes, the LCRD will attempt to execute data transfer from geosynchronous orbit to Earth at a bandwidth boost up to 100 times greater than radio frequency. NASA is hoping that the LCRD will be able to relay communications signals from the Earth to the Moon and Mars in future missions.  (see 2:31 minute video below)

NASA will launch a payload in June in an effort to enable laser- or optical technology-based communications that can potentially deliver a bandwidth boost of 10 to 100 times than radio frequency equipment.

The Laser Communications Relay Demonstration, or LCRD, will be carried by the primary spacecraft of the Department of Defense’s third Space Test Program mission, NASA said Saturday.

The optical module-equipped payload on STPSat-6 will lift off June 23 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, through the Atlas V 551 rocket of the United Launch Alliance.

Using infrared lasers invisible to human eyes, the LCRD will try to execute data transfer from geosynchronous orbit to Earth at a rate of 1.2 Gbps.

When the optical module is placed 22,000 miles above Earth, engineers will experiment on the data transmission process to test various operational situations and improve the tracking capabilities for actual mission performance.

The space agency also plans to use LCRD to examine the possibility of enabling laser communications for missions to the Moon and Mars in the future.

The Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, is leading the LCRD mission together with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA in Southern California and the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

Elizondo Claims that US Government Possesses Exotic UFO Materials

Article by Nirmal Narayanan                                              May 22, 2021                                                             (ibtimes.co.in)

• In 2017, when Luis Elizondo resigned as the head of the Pentagon’s secret UFO investigation program to join the ‘To The Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences’, two Navy cockpit videos of UFOs off of the East and West Coasts of America were released to the public. The Pentagon has since authenticated those and other UFO images and videos taken by US Navy personnel.

• Elizondo recently appeared on Fox News with Tucker Carlson. Carlson asked Elizondo whether the US government has collected any debris from flying UFO craft that might have crash-landed. “The United States government is in possession of exotic material and I will leave it at that,” said Elizondo. “More analysis needs to be done. There is enough uniqueness about it where it requires additional analysis and additional expertise and thankfully there are pockets in the US government that are willing to have the conversation and conduct the analysis.”

• Elizondo’s revelation came just a few days after documentary filmmaker Jeremy Corbell released a UFO clip that showed a spherical UFO plunging into the ocean off of San Diego in 2019, shot by US Navy officials aboard USS Omaha. Many UFO enthusiasts believe that alien existence on Earth is being covered-up by the US government and space agencies like NASA to avoid public panic.

It was on December 16, 2017, that the New York Times published an explosive report about the Pentagon’s secret UFO investigation program named Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). The news soon went viral on online spaces, and it was followed by the release of two UFO videos that showed mysterious flying objects screeching across the skies at a breathtaking speed. As pressure started mounting on the defense department from various corners, the Pentagon admitted that UFO videos released by To The Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences were real. And now, Luis Elizondo who led AATIP has

                    UFO ‘metamaterial’

shockingly claimed that the US government is in possession of exotic UFO materials.

Elizondo claimed that the US government got these exotic materials from mysterious space vessels that reached earth. After leading AATIP from 2007 to 2012, Elizondo finally resigned from the Pentagon in 2017 as a part of his protest against government secrecy while dealing with UFO events.

As the Pentagon is expected to release some mindblowing details about UFOs later this year, Elizondo appeared on Fox News to speak about what could be expected.

During the show, host Tucker Carlson asked Elizondo whether the US government has collected any debris from the alleged flying vessels that might have crash-landed.

“The United States government is in possession of exotic material and I will leave it at that. More analysis needs to be done. There is enough uniqueness about it where it requires additional analysis and additional expertise and thankfully there are pockets in the US government that are willing to have the conversation and conduct the analysis,” said Elizondo.

US Navy Subs Detect Unidentified Speeding Underwater Crafts

Article by Oli Smith                                                     May 24, 2021                                                   (express.co.uk)

• The Washington Examiner‘s Tom Rogan says that US Navy “has the data” to prove that Navy submarine sonar picked up data showing mysterious underwater objects moving at hundreds of knots that cannot be explained by experts or current technology. Some of these encounters may be included in the US government ‘UAP Task Force’ UFO report which is to be released to Congress in June.

• This new information comes amid a flurry of footage showing bizarre encounters between US pilots and UFOs over the past two decades. A newly-emerged video released by filmmaker Jeremy Corbell shows a dark spherical object move across the sky near a US Navy stealth ship, before suddenly veering into the water and disappearing. Corbell said no wreckage was recovered from the sighting and the craft remains unidentified. The Pentagon confirmed that the video was taken by US Navy personnel in 2019.

• Rogan spoke to Fox News‘ Tucker Carlson about the new footage, saying: “[A]n area we will learn more about is the interaction between US Navy submarines – nuclear ballistic submarines and attack submarines – picking up sonar contact of things moving at hundreds of knots under the water. …There is an undersea dimension to this, on top of what the pilots are seeing above water.” Rogan added, “That is what I have heard from very good sources and that the US Navy has the data.”

• Last month, Corbell shared a video of a mysterious triangle craft flying near a US Navy ship, saying, “Whether this being is worldly or otherworldly, we don’t know. It’s just part of a much larger series of events we are going to be learning about.”

The 1989 UFO Crash in Carp Ontario

Article by Arjun Walia                                                  May 24, 2021                                                           (collective-evolution.com)

• Everyone has heard of the famous 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico. But there are stories of UFO crashes from around the world, and several dozen stories of these incidents have happened in North America over the last several decades. There is evidence that governments have been desperate to capture UFO technology for years. This means they have been doing their best to bring these objects down at times, even if the objects don’t instigate or initiate any type of aggression. The majority of cases show that these objects perform evasive maneuvers to avoid our own aircraft.

• A well-known incident among UFO researchers comes from Carp, Ontario, a small community located near Ottawa. In 1989, an extraterrestrial craft crash-landed in the swamps just outside Carp. A declassified document from Canada’s Department of National Defence described a scene with military soldiers desperate to retrieve the wreckage and any other debris that may have tumbled from the spacecraft in the surrounding the area. The alien bodies were taken to an underground research facility while the craft was taken to a nearby military base.

• The documents were leaked and distributed by an individual self-identifying as “Guardian”, and were accompanied by photos as well as a VHS tape recording of the UFO. The story spread quickly at the time. Newspapers picked up the story and it eventually made its way to the television screen, appearing in paranormal documentaries and shows.

CBC news in Canada recently did a documentary on the case. (see brief video clip below) But the people in Carp are reluctant to talk about Guardian – on camera, at least. A year into making this documentary, people continue to come forward, but are still afraid to speak on the record. They fear the attention and the ridicule it might draw to them, in this place where so many people know one another.

• Below is the short documentary they produce about the story. What’s particularly interesting is that there are interviews with multiple people in the area, and many of whom have had numerous strange UFO experiences. In one instance a woman experienced a military helicopter land near her house after she witnessed a UFO. Soldiers got out of the helicopter, ran around the property, got back into the chopper and left. What were they looking for?

Nearly everybody has heard the lore of the famous 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico. If you actually look into it, it’s hard not to believe something did indeed happen there, but it’s important to note that it’s not the only supposed incident. There are a plethora of stories of UFO crashes from around the world, several dozen stories of these incidents have happened in North America over the last several decades.

The idea that non-human intelligent life forms and their craft have crashed and been retrieved by military and government agencies is also something that’s crept into the mainstream as of late, and it’s been something many UFO researchers have been well aware of for a long time. Just last year renowned astrophysicist Eric W. Davis, who worked with the Pentagon UFO program, formerly known as AATIP (now known as the “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force” or UAPTF), gave a classified briefing to a Defense Department Agency about retrievals from “off-world vehicles not made on this Earth.”

There is evidence showing that governments have been desperate to capture this technology for years. This inevitably means they might have been doing their best to bring these objects down at times, even if the objects don’t seem to instigate or initiate any type of aggression towards us. Based on my research, the majority of cases show that these objects perform evasive maneuvers to avoid our own aircraft. It is interesting to ponder how exactly incidents of crashed craft have occurred given the fact that the technology seems to be far more advanced than anything human beings can manufacture.

Why Is the Pentagon Now Saying That UFOs Are Real?

Article by Charlie Burton                                                 May 18, 2021                                                   (gq-magazine.co.uk)

• On April 27, 2020, the US Department of Defense (DoD) released three fighter jet videos – one from 2004, two from 2015 – that showed close encounters with fast-moving objects seeming to interact with Navy aircraft and vessels. The footage had previously leaked to the media, but now the government was putting it on the record “in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public”. The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as ‘unidentified’.

• The Navy pilot who captured 2004 UFO footage described the smooth, white, oblong object as resembling a ‘Tic Tac’. It seemed to defy the laws of physics – it had no visible wings, rotors, propulsion system or exhaust plume. Yet it could achieve hypersonic speeds without making a sonic boom; it could descend from 50,000 to 100 feet in a matter of seconds; and it could change direction instantaneously as if without inertia. None of that should even be possible.

• Commander David Fravor said the 40-foot object ran rings around his jet, reacting to its maneuvers and jamming its radar, before disappearing in a heartbeat. “After 18 years of flying, I’ve seen pretty much about everything that I can see in that realm, and this was nothing close,” he told ABC News. “I can tell you, I think it was not from this world.” The New York Times reported that between 2014 and 2015, Navy pilots observed UFOs almost daily. There was even a near midair collision.

• Last July, US senator Marco Rubio told CBS that the issue was a pressing national security concern: “We have things flying over our military bases and places where we’re conducting military exercises. We don’t know what it is and it isn’t ours.” The Pentagon created the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force to study the UFO/UAP phenomenon, and in December, Congress passed a bill requiring the director of national intelligence and the defense secretary to submit a report on what they know about the UAP issue. This report is due in June.

• For decades, the notion of UFOs has been ridiculed and defined by a lack of hard evidence and official denials. In that context, the US government admitting UFOs are real is monumental. But officials haven’t made the leap to calling these objects extraterrestrial. In December, former CIA director John Brennan said UAPs might involve “a different form of life”. The implications are profound.

• And yet, UFOs are still often treated by news anchors with a smirk. In science and academia the subject remains taboo fringe research. Swaths of the public are unaware, and many of those who are aware either refuse to believe or simply don’t care. Christopher Mellon, a former senior defense official, told Joe Rogan that, after the 2017 New York Times front page UFO article, he was stunned that almost nobody in Congress asked for a briefing.

• How myopic do you have to be? Even if UFOs aren’t extraterrestrial, the consequences could be seismic. If China, say, has beyond-next-gen technology that can violate restricted airspace with impunity, that’s a paradigm shift.

• Christopher French, professor of psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London, says, “If people have made up their minds, one way or the other, it’s one of those issues where it’s very hard to change [their views]. Arguably the most powerful cognitive bias that we all suffer from is confirmation bias. We pay more attention to evidence that supports what we already believe to be true or what we would like to be true.”

• But in other contexts we are happy to countenance the idea of extraterrestrials. NASA’s primary goal for Mars exploration is to “seek signs of life”. The University Of California, Berkeley, facilitates a $100 million project called Breakthrough Listen “aimed at finding evidence of civilizations beyond Earth”.

• “Meanwhile we have these things flying around our atmosphere, that we’re seeing on the radar, that kind of look and act like what you might expect if somebody sent a probe [to Earth]… And yet the scientific community and the government have not wanted to dare to ask the question,” as Mellon told Rogan.

• It’s vital that this attitude changes. If you believe there is only the slimmest chance UAPs represents ‘impossible technology’, humanity owes it to itself to fully investigate. It has been said there are only two Holy Grail questions: is there an afterlife and are we alone in the universe? If whether UFOs are real is no longer a question, the question becomes: ‘what the hell are they?’

[Editor’s Note]   We must keep in mind that so long as our governments are controlled by the deep state, it will never give the people the full truth about anything. Any information coming from the deep state government will be a contrived narrative to forward a deep state agenda. In the case of UFOs, the deep state has lied about and ridiculed the subject since World War II. Their agenda for the past 70 years has been to divert public attention from the true existence of intelligent and technologically advanced extraterrestrial beings visiting our planet in their UFO craft so that the deep state rulers could monopolize this extraterrestrial technology for themselves to develop their own secret space programs and breakaway civilization which doesn’t include us.

Notwithstanding the corrupt deep state government and the complicit media’s ridicule and suppression of ETs/UFOs, there are decades of widespread and compelling testimonial, documentary and photographic evidence that ETs and UFOs do exist. Of course, the deep state media is ignoring all of that and regards the only credible UFO evidence to be the grainy cockpit images of small drone-like objects that seem to have a fixation with our military ships and aircraft. They want the public to know that UFOs are real, but then act like they have no idea what they are. This creates a scenario where they could be labeled as a threat – either from a hostile extraterrestrial civilization or even from China or Russia.

So the deep state agenda here is to create an unknown threat from some drone UFOs swarming Navy ships off of California. (Keep in mind that even these drone UFOs have been around for a long time, and have had every opportunity to attack us if they wanted to.) The truth is that the positive extraterrestrials do not show themselves, and the negative extraterrestrials have already infiltrated our government and industries for their own agenda (i.e.: the deep state). The UFO craft that we now see are generally made by human secret space programs using extraterrestrial technologies – patented by the US Navy over the past five years.

The deep state doesn’t want the public to know that they have this capability. They want the public to think that no one knows what these drone UFOs are or where they come from. And apparently, they have been silencing anyone who threatens this deep state narrative. (see below Dr Michael Salla’s video: “Is Deep State Silencing Insiders That Threaten ‘UFOs Are a National Security Threat’ Narrative?”)

Now that more and more people are ‘waking up’ and the deep state is losing the ‘Information War’ to terrestrial and off-planet forces of the white hat Alliance, they plan to use this sudden revelation of the existence of UFOs in a last ditch effort to control the masses. It might even culminate in a fake ‘false flag’ UFO hologram invasion. This would come after they’ve sufficiently weakened our society by fraudulently installing a puppet president to facilitate a fake pandemic, spread death through gene-altering vaccines, crashed our economy, gutted our medical system, created an energy shortage and a food shortage, and targeted for prosecution so-called ‘domestic terrorists’, who are actually awakened patriots willing to stand up to save our republic from this evil deep state agenda.

So the question is not ‘what are these UFOs?’, but ‘what is the real agenda of the deep state in publicizing these UFO drones?’

             David Fravor

UFOs are real – and we have videos to prove it. It’s an extraordinary claim, but that’s precisely

                            Chris Mellon

what the Pentagon told the world last year. On 27 April 2020, the US Department Of Defense (DoD) released three videos, one from 2004, two from 2015, shot from the targeting cameras of US Navy Super Hornet fighter jets. They show close encounters with fast-moving, strange-looking objects and include audio of the pilots’ astonishment (“Wow! What is that, man?”). The footage had previously leaked to media organisations, but now the government was putting it on the record. “DoD is releasing the videos in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real,” it said in an official statement. “The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as ‘unidentified’.”

The pilot who captured the 2004 UFO footage, while flying a mission from the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier, has described the smooth, white, oblong object as resembling a Tic Tac.

                          Tic Tac UFO

Although it was observed by multiple military aviators and detected by radar, it seemed to defy the laws of physics. The Navy pilots say it had no visible wings, rotors or propulsion system – infrared cameras didn’t even detect an exhaust plume. Yet it could achieve hypersonic speeds without making a sonic boom; it could descend from 50,000 to 100 feet in a matter of seconds; and it could change direction instantaneously as if without inertia. None of that should even be possible.

One of the other pilots who saw the UFO, Commander David Fravor, then head of the US Navy’s Black Aces combat squadron, said the 40-foot object ran rings around his jet, reacting to its manoeuvres and jamming its radar, before disappearing in a heartbeat. “After 18 years of flying, I’ve seen pretty much about everything that I can

                          pyramid UFO

see in that realm, and this was nothing close,” he told ABC News. “I can tell you, I

                     ‘transmedium’ UFO

think it was not from this world.” It wasn’t a one-off. The New York Times reports that between 2014 and 2015, Navy pilots observed UFOs almost daily. There was even a near midair collision.

In 2017, the New York Times made the Navy sightings – and the existence of a secret Pentagon programme investigating such occurrences – a front-page news story. Since then, further Navy videos have emerged and “unidentified aerial phenomena” (or “UAP”, the new official term that has replaced the now-stigmatised “unidentified flying object”) have become a serious talking point. Last July, for instance, the US senator Marco Rubio told CBS that the issue was a pressing national security concern: “We have things flying over our military bases and places where we’re conducting military exercises. We don’t know what it is and it isn’t ours.” The following month, the Pentagon created the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force “to improve its understanding of, and gain insight into, the nature and origins of UAPs”. Most significantly, in December, Congress passed a bill requiring the director of national intelligence and the defence secretary to submit a report on what they know about the UAP issue. The report is due in June.

Shaquille O’Neal Tells Jimmy Kimmel He Saw a UFO Twenty Years Ago

Article by Aristos Georgiou                                               May 19, 2021                                                  (newsweek.com)

• On May 17th, basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal (pictured above) appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Kimmel brought up the subject of the CBS 60 Minutes segment on UFOs and asked a O’Neal for his take on the issue. “I totally believe in UFOs,” said O’Neal. Aside from joking that his Inside the NBA co-star Charles Barkley looked like an extraterrestrial, O’Neal told Kimmel about an incident that occurred in 1997.

• “I never told anybody this story,” O’Neal began. In 1997, he had been on a double date with three other people and the group were on their way home in Madera, California. “Right when we passed the fairground, I could swear I saw a flying saucer come down with all the lights and it was spinning… and then it took off,” he said. “Everything happened in less than five seconds, and we all looked at each other and was like… [looks shocked.]” “I know that it was a UFO, I don’t care what anybody says,” O’Neal said.

• But O’Neal did give hardcore UFO skeptics a path of denial. O’Neal once said on a podcast that he believed the Earth was flat. Later, O’Neal remarked about his flat Earth theory: “I’m joking, you idiots.” So was O’Neal serious or joking when he claimed to have seen a UFO? “[W]hen I’m being serious, you’ll know.”

Basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal has told Jimmy Kimmel that he saw a UFO above California over two decades ago.

O’Neal made the comments on Monday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! during which the host discussed a “60 Minutes” report looking into the issue of what the government calls “unidentified aerial phenomena” or UAPs.

   Charles Barkley (alien?)

Kimmel asked a O’Neal for his take on the issue. In response, the former basketball player said, “I totally believe in UFOs,” joking that the reason for this belief was that his Inside the NBA co-star Charles Barkley looked like an extraterrestrial.
“Look at his body—he’s definitely an alien,” O’Neal joked.

O’Neal then went on to tell Kimmel about an incident that purportedly occurred in 1997.

“You know what’s crazy, I never told anybody this story,” O’Neal said.

Patton Oswalt Tells a Story About His Dad’s Encounter with UFOs as A Military Pilot

Article by Mike Redmond                                             May 18, 2021                                                         (uproxx.com)

• On May 17th, the actor/comedian Patton Oswalt was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! To promote the season premiere of Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K.— a show about a massive flying head who’s also a super genius that shoots laser beams out of his face. With the sci fi nature of the stop-motion animated show, and the recent 60 Minutes segment on UFOs, Kimmel had to ask Oswalt his position on UFOs.

• Without hesitation, Oswalt opened about the phenomenon. “I’ve never personally seen a UFO or a cryptid (ie: an paranormal animal such as a Sasquach or Chupacabra), or experienced a time shift or anything like that, but I’m very, very open to that existing,” said Oswalt. “And I’m surrounded by friends and family who have seen and encountered UFOs.”

• Oswalt said that his father was a test pilot in the US Marines during the 1960s and 70s. His dad would always say that you could talk to any pilot back then, and they’d tell you that they regularly see all kinds of weird stuff in the sky. But no one reported it back then because they didn’t want to go into a “crank file” or be grounded for seeing things.

• Oswalt recalled an encounter that his dad had with a UFO. His dad was on a test flight when he spotted a number of “glowing balls of energy in round metal cages. The UFOs were tracking the Marine jets, performing turns that would be impossible for a human pilot because of the intense G-forces. Then they would ‘disappear’. When he landed, he told his base commander, ‘Hey, my squad saw…,’ and [the military officers there] asked, ‘Were they metal cages with, like, energy balls in them?’ And his father goes, ‘Yeah…’ [And they said to him], ‘do you want to report them?’ And he says, ‘No, I don’t.’ And his commander says, ‘Good, fine,’ and walked away.

Patton Oswalt stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to promote the upcoming season premiere of Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K., and of course, he couldn’t resist a chance to talk about UFOs when Kimmel mentioned the recent 60 Minutes segment that has everyone buzzing (and Marco Rubio getting dragged).

“Here’s what is frustrating for me,” Oswalt opened with. “I’ve never personally seen a UFO or a cryptid or experienced a time shift or anything like that, but I’m very, very open to that existing. And I’m surrounded by friends and family who have seen and encountered UFOs.”

One of those family members is Oswalt’s father who was a test pilot in the Marines during the ’60s and ’70s. According to Oswalt, his dad would always say that one could talk to any pilot back then, and they’d tell you they see all kinds of weird stuff up there. However, back then, no one reported it because they didn’t want to go into a “crank file” or be grounded for seeing things. Oswalt then recalled an encounter that his dad had with flying objects, and how his superiors responded: “So he said he was on a test flight, and he saw a bunch of objects. He said they look like glowing balls of energy in like these like round metal cages, and they were keep tracking with the jets. And they were doing these turns that you couldn’t do under those G-forces and would disappear. And when he came down and talked to his base commander and said, ‘Hey, my squad saw…,’ they were in a basement, and [the people there] went, ‘Were they metal cages with like energy balls in them?’ And he goes, ‘Yeah…’ [And they said], ‘do you want to report them?’ And he’s like, ‘No, I don’t.’ And his commander went, ‘Good, fine,’ and then like walked away.”

After that story, Oswalt got very animated and wanted to know if the recent task force will go all the way back to “Project Blue Book,” but then it was time for Kimmel to steer the discussion back to Hulu’s M.O.D.O.K. — a show about a massive flying head who’s also a super genius that shoots laser beams out of his face.

Is the Media Taking UFO Sightings Seriously?

Article by Dani Di Placido                                               May 17, 2021                                                                     (forbes.com)

• It wasn’t long ago that the biggest media platform a ufologist could hope for was The Joe Rogan Experience podcast. But now, with UFO footage and eyewitness accounts being discussed in mainstream outlets like the New Yorker, the NYTimes, and 60 Minutes, there has been a dramatic tonal shift in how the subject is being treated. It’s an exciting time to be a UFO enthusiast.

• The timing isn’t coincidental. UFO enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating a declassified report on UFOs by the Director of National Intelligence and the Pentagon is due to be handed over to the Senate Intelligence Committee in June.

• On a recent 60 Minutes episode, CBS News correspondent Bill Whitaker delved into US government efforts to uncover the truth behind the UFO phenomenon, motivated by national security concerns. Whitaker interviewed Luis Elizondo, who ran a Pentagon UFO program called Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) back in 2010. When asked if he believes that UFOs are real, Elizondo said, “The government has already stated for the record that they’re real. I’m not telling you that. The United States government is telling you that.”

• Elizondo is not saying that intelligent extraterrestrials have visited Earth. While according to astrobiologists the likelihood of extraterrestrial life is almost a certainty, there is no evidence that extraterrestrial life has visited Earth. Skeptic UFO investigator Mick West sees the unidentified flying blobs in those grainy videos taken by Navy pilots – in an era where most people carry HD cameras in our pockets – as mundane (tricks of photography or common objects such as balloons). With the frequency of UFO sightings, crystal-clear footage of a gleaming alien spacecraft should have emerged somewhere on the internet by now.

• Many of us ‘want to believe’, and there’s no reason not to keep an open mind. But we should heed the wise words of Carl Sagan, that “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” And unless the Pentagon is going to provide extraordinary evidence in June, those extraordinary claims have little merit.

[Editor’s Note]   Anyone who is not convinced that extraterrestrial beings and their craft have frequented the Earth for millennia is trying very hard to ignore the multitude of evidence. Skeptics like Mick West will never be convinced, even when extraterrestrial beings land, get out of their craft, walk up to West and said, “Hello, we are from the Alpha Centauri star system.  Nice to meet you.” These media trolls would rather abide by sort of foreign invasion scenario than to accept that we have benevolent extraterrestrial cousins in our galaxy who would like to see the Earth join their space-faring ranks.

While the best UFO photos have been sequestered by governments (see ExoArticle: “British Military Has UFO Videos and Must Release Them”), there are still many great photos of UFOs out there. Of course, skeptics will always deny their authenticity. The US government is only providing the grainy photos at this time because they want a maddingly slow drip of UFO disclosure. They want to dominate the narrative with the ‘threat’ that UFOs may pose to our national security. Mainstream writers of articles such as this one are more than happy to go along with a limited threat narrative disclosure. And when the deep state government follows-up this threat narrative with a false flag ‘alien invasion’, these writers will dutifully go along with that as well – because the mainstream media has become a propaganda tool of the deep state, not a reporter of facts and truth.

And let’s not forget that the “wise” Carl Sagan, who demanded “extraordinary evidence”, was himself a member of the pseudo-governmental UFO overlord group known as Majestic-12 whose function is to suppress and ridicule all evidence of UFOs.

                        Luis Elizondo

“We have tackled many strange stories on 60 Minutes, but perhaps none like this,”

‘tic tac’ UFO off of San Diego in 2004

CBS News correspondent Bill Whitaker said on Sunday night’s special, which investigated sightings of “unidentified aerial phenomena,” or UAPs, commonly known as UFOs.

The special focused on publicly released footage of UFOs recorded by Navy pilots, interviewed eyewitnesses, and delved into U.S. government efforts to uncover the truth behind the phenomenon.

‘transmedium’ (air/underwater) UFO off of San Diego in 2019

Whitaker interviewed Luis Elizondo, who began running a Pentagon program called Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) back in 2010, tasked with studying “the national security implications of unidentified aerial phenomena documented by U.S. service members.”

the cognatively dissonant skeptic, Mick West

When asked if he believes that UFOs are real, Elizondo stated: “I think we’re beyond that already. The government has already stated for the record that they’re real. I’m not telling you that. The United States government is telling you that.”

  UFO community traitor, Carl Sagan

Elizondo, of course, is not saying that extraterrestrial life has visited Earth, but simply confirming the fact that there are regular sightings of unidentified objects in the sky, and that the U.S. government seeks an explanation, motivated by national security concerns.

Regardless, there has been a dramatic tonal shift in how the media discusses UFO footage and eyewitness accounts – it’s certainly an exciting time to be a UFO enthusiast. It wasn’t long ago that the biggest media platform a ufologist could hope for was The Joe Rogan Experience; now, the New Yorker, the NYTimes, and 60 Minutes have made efforts to seriously examine the phenomenon.

The timing isn’t coincidental – a declassified report from the directorate of national intelligence and the Pentagon is due to be handed over to the Senate Intelligence Committee in June, which UFO enthusiasts (along with everyone else) hope will shed some light on the mystery.

But perhaps the public shouldn’t get their hopes up – the likelihood of extraterrestrial life is, according to astrobiologists, almost a certainty – but there is no evidence that extraterrestrial life has visited Earth, or even has the ability (or motivation) to do so.

Harry Reid Saw ‘Classified’ Things at Area 51

• On May 21st, former Nevada senator Harry Reid wrote an article for The New York Times about how he became “increasingly interested in UFOs,” although his staff warned him not to “engage” with the subject publicly. Nonetheless, in 2007 Reid helped secure funding for a Pentagon program to investigate UFO reports. “I believed that an unofficial taboo regarding the frank discussion of encounters could harm our national security and stymie opportunities for technical advancement,” Reid wrote. “We wanted to take a close, scientific look at the technological implications of reported UFO encounters.”

• There’s information the government has uncovered during its UFO investigations “that can be disclosed to the public without harming our national security,” says Reid. “[T]he American people deserve to know more”. And hopefully they will soon through the upcoming release of a UFO report requested by the Senate Intelligence Committee.

• Reid describes visiting Area 51 as a senator. “I visited Area 51, the top-secret Air Force testing site in southern Nevada long associated with UFO-related conspiracy theories,” he wrote. “What I saw fascinated me, though much of it must remain classified.”

• Reid says that “there’s still a great deal we don’t understand” and that “focusing on little green men or conspiracy theories won’t get us far”. “[But] if science proves that it does, I have no problem with that.”

Is the truth out there? Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is weighing in.

Reid wrote an article for The New York Times on Friday discussing how he became “increasingly interested in UFOs,” something he says his staff warned him not to “engage” with publicly. Despite their warnings, the former Nevada senator, as he recounts, helped secure funding for the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, a Pentagon program to investigate UFO reports.

the Senate Intelligence Committee UFO report is due in June

“I believed that an unofficial taboo regarding the frank discussion of encounters could harm our national security and stymie opportunities for technical advancement,” Reid writes. “Which is why, along with Senators [Ted] Stevens and [Daniel] Inouye, I helped create that secret Pentagon program in 2007. We wanted to take a close, scientific look at the technological implications of reported UFO encounters.”

                     “little green men”

Reid argues that there’s information the government has uncovered during its UFO investigations “that can be disclosed to the public without harming our national security,” as “the American people deserve to know more — and hopefully they will soon” through the upcoming release of a UFO report requested by the Senate Intelligence Committee.

At one point, Reid also describes visiting Area 51 as a senator and seeing fascinating things.
“As a Democratic senator from Nevada, I visited Area 51, the top-secret Air Force testing site in southern Nevada long associated with UFO-related conspiracy theories,” he writes. “What I saw fascinated me, though much of it must remain classified.”

Two in Three Americans Think There is Intelligent Life on Other Planets

Article by Fred Backus                                                 May 13, 2021                                                    (cbsnews.com)

• On March 23-28, 2021, SSRS of Glen Mills, PA conducted telephone survey of 1,009 adults nationwide on behalf of CBS News. The survey revealed that 66% of Americans believe that there is intelligent life on other planets. This is a 10% increase since the last CBS poll taken in 2017. A poll taken in 2010 showed that fewer than half of Americans believed in extraterrestrial civilizations.

• Of those who believe in sentient extraterrestrial life, 33% think human contact with beings from another world will occur during their lifetime. 10% of Americans believe that already have been or are currently in contact. 24% think such contact will be made within the next hundred years. 36% think it will happen further into the future, and 6% think that there is intelligent life on other planets, but we will never make contact with them.

• 51% of Americans think UFOs might sometimes be the result of alien spacecraft visiting Earth. This rises to 71% among those who believe intelligent life on other planets exists. And most Americans think that whatever UFOs are, the U.S. government knows more than it’s telling the general public. Only the most gullible 20% think the government has told everything it knows about UFOs.

Most Americans think we’re not alone in the cosmos — a belief that has grown over the past few years. Most of those who hold this opinion also think we will make contact with intelligent extraterrestrial life within the next hundred years. And, on the topic of UFOs, most think the U.S. government knows more than it is telling the general public.

Sixty-six percent of Americans now believe that there is intelligent life on other planets — an increase of 10 percentage points since the last time CBS News asked this question in 2017. As recently as 2010, fewer than half of Americans believed this was so.

Moreover, a third of those who believe in sentient extraterrestrial life think human contact with beings from another world will occur during their lifetime (including 10% of Americans who volunteer that we already have). Another 24% think such contact will be made within the next hundred years. Thirty-six percent think it won’t happen until further into the future, while 6% think that while there is intelligent life on other planets, we will never have contact with it.

Though few Americans say they believe aliens have contacted us already, many more at least entertain the possibility. Fifty-one percent of Americans think UFOs — or Unidentified Flying Objects — might sometimes be the result of alien spacecrafts visiting Earth. This rises to 71% among those who believe intelligent life on other planets exists.

And most Americans think that whatever UFOs are, the U.S. government knows more than it’s telling the general public. Just 20% think the government has told everything it knows about UFOs.

Man Abducted by Aliens Says Girlfriend Saw Him Being Returned

Article by Simon Catling                                                  May 15, 2021                                                           (ladbible.com)

• Matthew Moniz (pictured above) was used to being abducted by extraterrestrials. The ETs would levitate him to and from their craft. He tells of one particular night when he was abducted while his girlfriend was sleeping there. “One time I had a young lady that had just moved in with me,” begins Moniz. “One night they came, took me, and in the process of them returning me back they woke her up, at which point I was being levitated.”

• Today, Moniz is the Scentific Advisor for Starborn Support, a community group set up in Maine in 2006 that serves as a support network for alien abductees. “We’re a collection of regular people who share the common feeling these encounters – abduction, contact, or sightings – have deeply affected our lives in some way,” their website reads. “Starborn Support and its members are dedicated to exploring safe and reasonable ways of helping each other come to terms with the impact of these understudied paranormal phenomena. It provides them a space to recount their experiences to others in the same away from those who might judge them to be a bit, well, crazy.”

• Meanwhile in the UK… British UFO chaser Nick Pope is calling on the US government to release the crystal clear and top-secret photo of a 100ft UFO hovering over Calvine in Scotland, since they’re already supposed to be publishing a UFO report in June. “The photos are pretty much as good as it gets. They were assessed by defense intelligence staff as real – they were clearly visible, sharp focused, broad daylight with the Scottish countryside in the background” said Pope, who saw the images when working for the MoD’s ‘UFO Desk’ in the 90s.

• The Calvine photo was apparently taken in August 1990 and Pope says it used to hang on the wall in the UFO investigation unit in Whitehall but was “removed without a trace” when a diplomatic row broke out between the MoD and the US. (Apparently, the US officials took the framed photo for themselves.)

• The UK wants the US to keep the image a secret until at least 2072. But Pope feels that US counterparts could release the photo when a report is published next month. “I hope we get the Calvine photo back,” said Pope. “I hope we find the US government had a copy – I am sure they do – and I hope they publish it in the report as the MoD say it’s either lost or under lock and key for another few decades.”

An American man has been recounting his experience of being abducted by aliens,

                        Nick Pope

claiming that a witness saw him levitating as a result of the extra-terrestrial intervention.

Matthew Moniz told Inside Edition that he was visited by aliens one night not long after a new girlfriend had moved into his house.

“One time I had a young lady that had just moved in with me. One night they came took me and in the process of them returning me back they woke her up, at which point I was being levitated.”

Moniz is listed as the Scentific Advisor for Starborn Support, a community group set up in Maine in 2006 that acts as a support network for many like him who’ve also claimed to see or been abducted by aliens in their lives.

“We’re a collection of regular people who share the common feeling these encounters – abduction, contact, or sightings – have deeply affected our lives in some way,” their site reads.

“Starborn Support and its members are dedicated to exploring safe and reasonable ways of helping each other come to terms with the impact of these understudied paranormal phenomena.”

Army Officer Saw Live Alien ‘the Size of a 10-Year-Old Child’ in Roswell Crash

Article by Emma Parker                                                        May 14, 2021                                                           (dailystar.co.uk)

• 1st Lt. Walter Haut served as the press officer for Roswell Army Air Field at the time of the Roswell New Mexico UFO crash on July 8, 1947. Haut died in 2005. On his death, Haut signed a declaration saying: “I am convinced that what I personally observed was some type of craft and its crew from outer space.”

• At the time, Haut wrote the initial press release that said a “flying disk” had crashed on a ranch near Roswell during a powerful storm. Haut’s statements in the Roswell Daily Record was later redacted, and the story was changed, with the US Army Air Force trying to pass the crash off as a weather balloon. Today, the Roswell crash is generally regarded as a 70 year government cover-up.

• Haut’s friends, Dennis Bathaser and Wendy Connors, filmed a video of Haut in 2000 detailing his extraterrestrial experience. It is reported that in the video, Haut claims there was “one body” in the Roswell crash, a “relatively small body” that could be comparable to a “10 or 11-year-old child.” He said the body was “pretty well beaten up” but could not remember the color of the life form at the time.

• Researcher Anthony Bragalia first published the video to his UFO website (which I could not find – Ed). Bragalia told The Sun: “The video was given to me by a close friend of Walter Haut’s named Dennis Balthaser for distribution. The video had previously only been viewed by a small circle of researchers and Haut family members. Given all the new information on UFOs coming out, they felt the time was right to let everyone see it.” “The confessional video helps to confirm the extraterrestrial nature of the Roswell crash.”

UFO ‘Paralyzes’ Weapons and Electronic Systems of Iranian Military Jets That Tried Shooting at It

Article by Arjun Walia                                                      May 18, 2021                                                     (collective-evolution.com)

• Mainstream UFO disclosure continues to accelerate at a tremendous pace. The US Navy has released multiple videos and pictures of unknown objects, and Navy personnel have given their testimony. The truth is, this is nothing new. Its been happening for decades and thousands of encounters have been well documented. One of the common themes with regards to UFOs behavior is that, most of the time, they seem to perform evasive maneuvers to avoid our own aircraft. Another is that critical electronic equipment in military jets shut down when in close proximity to these objects. Even nuclear missile facilities, such as Malmstrom Air Force Base in March of 1967, have been shut down when a UFO was seen overhead.

• In 1976, residents of Tehran, Iran and air traffic control noticed in the sky “an intensely bright object that was not supposed to be there.” The Iranian Air Force dispatched two F-4 fighter jets to check out the object. The United States, an ally of Iran at the time, took this encounter very seriously. An incident report was sent to multiple national security officials along with President Gerald R. Ford, CIA Director George Bush, and National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger.

• Both of the Iranian F-4 interceptor pilots reported seeing the object visually, and it was tracked on their airborne radar. At a distance of twenty-five miles from the object, both planes experienced critical instrumentation and electronics failure. In an excerpt from the Iranian military report: “Iranian Air Force Jets and a UFO…played “cat and mouse”…appearing on radar and “paralyzing” their weapons and electronic systems when the jets attempted to open fire on it….As the F-4 approached a range of 25 nautical miles it lost all instrumentation and communications. When the F-4 turned away from the objects and apparently was no longer a threat to it, the aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications.”

• The report continues: “Another brightly lighted object came out of the original object. The second object headed straight toward the F4.” After detaching from the bigger object, the second object turned inside the arc of the F-4 itself, and then regained the original object. This incident apparently lasted for several hours.

• Objects splitting into two, traveling at speeds no man made aircraft can, performing maneuvers that no known aircraft can, is again, nothing new. This type of “splitting in two” was also observed in an incident occurring near Aguadilla, Puerto Rico airport in April 2013 (see previous ExoArticle here). The incident was filmed and team of analysts working with the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies, a private group of scientists, military analysts, and investigators, produced a report analyzing the incident.

• What is most interesting about the Iran incident is that the UFOs seem to know when the jets were attempting to fire on them and were able to prevent it. Is this suggestive of some type of precognition?

• It is concerning that we would attempt to fire upon an object that doesn’t seem to pose a threat. There is evidence suggesting that governments of the world have been quite interested in capturing some of these objects and have standing orders to shoot them down. Some have indeed been successful.

• It is no secret that governments and mainstream media are losing trust among a large portion of their citizenry due to perceived deception with regards to geopolitical issues. Should we be so naive as to believe that these government officials will give us an accurate depiction of what they have discovered about the UFO phenomenon? If we want to learn more about this reality, it will likely require a citizen-based initiative and study of the phenomenon – one that is independent of any government organizations. This has already been happening around the world for quite some time.

Mainstream UFO disclosure continues to accelerate at a tremendous pace. The U.S. Navy has released multiple videos and pictures of unknown objects (as well as testimony from the personnel involved) performing maneuvers and travelling at speeds that no known man-made piece of machinery is capable of doing. The latest footage comes from the USS Omaha. It shows a spherical object that mysteriously disappeared into the ocean. The truth is, military encounters with these objects is nothing new, in fact it’s been happening for decades and the phenomenon has been well documented. There are thousands of encounters to choose from that provide a description of such events: the testimony of the personnel involved, radar tracking information, and in some cases, photographs and video of the object.

There are many common themes and consistencies with regards to the behaviour of these objects that seems to be quite evident based on the information and the number of examples that have made their way into the public domain. One of them is the fact that these objects, most of the time, seem to perform evasive maneuvers to avoid our own aircraft. Another is the fact that critical electronic equipment in military jets seems to shut down when in close proximity to these objects. This is well documented, and it doesn’t just occur with military jets but it’s something that’s happened at nuclear missile facilities.

At Malmstrom Air Force Base in March of 1967, a base that was responsible for a large amount of nuclear weapons, multiple military witnesses there saw a red, glowing UFO hovering just outside the front gate. After that happened all of the nuclear missiles shut down and went completely dead. This is not an isolated incident and there are multiple examples.

A great example of an air encounter where this happened comes from an incident that took place in 1976. Residents of Tehran, Iran noticed a big bright object in the sky. The airport traffic controller also noticed, “it was an intensely bright object that was not supposed to be there.” The Iranian Air Force was contacted (at the time they were a close ally of the United States, under the rule of the Shah), and they dispatched two F-4 fighter jets to check out the object. The United States took this encounter very seriously, a report of what happened was sent to multiple national security officials and U.S. President Gerald R. Ford, CIA Director George Bush, and National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger, among others.

Both of the F-4 interceptor pilots reported seeing the object visually, it was also tracked on their airborne radar. Both planes experienced critical instrumentation and electronics go offline at a distance of twenty-five miles from the object. Here is an excerpt from the report: “Iranian Air Force Jets and a UFO which played “cat and mouse” with them, appearing on radar and “paralyzing” their weapons and electronic systems when the jets attempted to open fire on it….As the F-4 approached a range of 25 nautical miles it lost all instrumentation and communications. When the F-4 turned away from the objects and apparently was no longer a threat to it, the aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications. Another brightly lighted object came out of the original object. The second object headed straight toward the F4.”
